Best Western Hotel Major

Its 5.10am and i am awake since 3am. The bed/pillows are so uncomfortable/hard. Personally this hotel isnt for me. The staff are friendly and the rooms are big but the decor is dull...the only way the room looks bright is when all the lights are on. I could over look the decor if there were decent mattresses/pillows and i could get a good nights sleep.

Stayed here for 9 nights and wasn't disappointed. The staff were great and very helpful with anything that I asked. The location is very good as well situated right next to a metro station that opens up the whole of Milan and beyond,also close by are numerous bars and restaurants.The room itself was good,the bed and pillows very comfortable and housekeeping changed the towels every day.One minor inconvenience is that the Wi-Fi did drop from time to time but no big deal.Would recommend this hotel

Came here during our stay in Milan last month. Our flight was cancelled and so we ended up only arriving to Milan the day after we were supposed to & so our stay would have been 1 day rather than 2 days. The hotel fortunately accommodated us without a cancellation fee etc for a last minute change to the booking. Room was decent size, well equipped and good location opposite the metro station. We were disappointed, however, to find out that the hotel was undergoing renovation work which affected the exterior and interior of the hotel. We were disappointed to find that this was not stated to us when making the booking, amending the booking, or pre-arrival. We would have booked elsewhere had we known.

We stayed for 3 nights and the room and bathroom were great. A bit warm in the evenings but opening the window (which is a rarity these days) sorted that out. Great location for Metro (even though we walked all over the city!). Staff at reception happily booked us a taxi back to the hotel. Asked for a restaurant recommendation and they recommended PepeNero round the corner. Great place, not expensive and great pizza!! So good we went twice in a row for dinner! Very handy that La Buttiga Beer Room was round the corner. Great hotel!

This hotel itself is going under renovation and are actually letting people stay on same floor as drilliing is ongoing (extremely noicy the rooms are totally wiped out) from early morning til afternoon daily right opposite guests allocated room. The rooms are very old and of of bad quailty with mold and overall very low standards. A not go to hotel definitely. Choose another hotel to stay in Milano. Will choose another hotel for sure for next trip. Hotel is not giving any compensation whatsoever.

The best thing in Best Western Major was the staff. They were friendly and cooperative. Its location is excellent. Clean and cosy rooms. Good breakfast but needs more various cooked foods for Muslim guests. The breakfast has very good packed gluten free foods.

We stayed one night -- I was on a business trip and this was one off day we had in Milan. We wanted something close to the Prada foundation and it was convenient for that. Also very close to the subway, which is very convenient. The room was comfortable and clean, but overall we were disappointed for a 4-star hotel (compared to the 3-star hotels we had stayed elsewhere in Italy). The bedroom was small and decor faded. The breakfast was OK, but not more than that (and this is from the perspective of someone who does not want a big breakfast).

We had a very stay here and the staff is great and helpful. Location 10m from the metro is perfect to visit the city. Lots of good restaurants around the hotel. The reception will give you their good advice and you won't be disappointed !

the hotel is in the immediate vicinity of a metro station, the room was clean, and the pillows were very good and comfortable; the staff is helpful and friendly; a good choice if you don't want something sophisticated and much more expensive; the quality-price ratio is correct

The Best Western is a very convenient hotel (right next to the Lodi Metro Stop) and very reasonable in cost. Rooms are small, but to be honest, we never plan on spending much time in our room while in Milan. They were able to also assist us with airport transportation which was very helpful.

Hotel was very clean, the staff was really nice and the breakfast had enough choice, and was cheap for the prices we usually see in similar hotels. The nearest metro station was just a few meters away, so it was super convenient and the line is the one that goes to the Duomo and the city center.

Stayed here for a few days, and many things in the room were not working, which include the fridge, bedside light not working properly, bathtub plug did not stop water from draining (so could only take a shower), and the shower was on the wrong side so couldn't shower properly because the water would spray out onto the bathroom floor. The front-desk staff were also not friendly, and there was no espresso coffee available for all customers.

Located in a commercial/industrial area of Milan, with some pockets of residential buildings, this is an average, basic hotel for business. The hotel is clean, the rooms are small, but with a complete bathroom. There is no doorman or bell staff, although the front desk will help you with luggage if asked. There is free espresso and small snacks available in the lobby area. Breakfast is included in your room rate, and the breakfast buffet is pretty good. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and there is computer and printer access in the lobby area that could be considered a "business center". There is no restaurant, except for breakfast. There is a bar and if you tell the front desk what you want as beverage, they will serve it for you. The major issue I encountered is the lack of temperature control. The lobby was overheated (must have been 78-80 degrees most of the time. The thermostat in the room is for decorative purposes only and it does not influence the room's temperature, so sleep is difficult at best. A shame, because the bed is comfortable and the pillows are firm.

The area is good. Metro station is right in front of the hotel. Its just the room was very small for family like us with 2 babies to stay. We did request for baby cot for one of our child & with 2 chk in luggage to fit in the room. It was so packed, so if u have family to stay in one room please book for a bigger room. The breakfast was okay & there is a signora will offer you a coffee which is nice welcoming you for your breakfast. We were lucky to get a parking spot infront of the hotel and its free. But dont count on this since the area is quite busy and finding a parking spot is difficult. I didnt ask if they have another arrangement for basement parking on which u can pay or sumthin. The lift is small. We have a double stroller which couldnt fit in the lift. Im not even sure that it will fit a yoyo as well.

Location is just next to Lodi metro which is a plus for every hotel to be located meters away from a main line. Staff is welcoming. Rooms are not big, nothing fancy and a little bit tired. However they are clean with good internet connection. Close the window if you want a good sleep, it can be noisy outside. Breakfast is fine, offering an acceptable selection for a 4 star hotel. Lifts are a bit slow, but there are 2 of them, so its rarely a problem. If you take into consideration the value for money, sometimes I had better, but I won't bother staying again.

I have stayed here in the past, and while this visit was okay, the service and value of this place seem on the decline. Pros: Clean room, comfortable bed Hot water with good pressure in the shower Good location- next to a Metro station, close to restaurants & bars and a grocery store A nice breakfast with good variety – one of the better hotel breakfasts for the price Good and free WiFi Can get free coffees/ teas in the reception and a kettle in the room (for a fee) AC is good when it is on – *see note Rooms are quite – windows when closed block out street noise (very busy 24/7 & loud) Cons: Rooms are on the smaller side and the showers are tiny, may be a tight fit for a larger person Bathroom is dimly lit Teas, cups, soaps, etc. were not replenished – I had to get cups from the bar and tea from there or take from breakfast Paying for “packages” (i.e. woman's or business) is not worth it and are not what they used to be (when they were free) *Management decides to turn AC off with no notice or consultation On this visit I was on the top floor facing the always busy street. When I arrived in the evening my room was very hot and it took a few hours to cool down. The AC was very much needed. Then one day the management decided it was cooling off at nights so the AC was turned off. I do not think it was taken into consideration that the days were still warm and the only way the rooms would be cool at night was if the windows were opened, but this would mean no noise protection from the busy road and privacy issues. It took hours to get my small room cool with the windows open, but even then I could not sleep due to the street noise and my allergies (I could barely breathe by the morning and my eyes were puffy and itchy). I thought my AC was broken, but when called down to Reception found out that management had decided to turn if off earlier in the day. One reason I booked (and have booked in the past) was this hotel has AC and it usually works. Paying for something and not receiving it was a disappointment. In the future I will consider other hotels instead of just booking this one as my “go to.” If the weather is cooler and you don't need AC or to have a window open at night- consider staying here, otherwise, you may want to consider some other options.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. Hotel is a little far from city center, but it is walkable and exercise helps with all the food and gelato we had. Breakfast options a fairly good as well. Nice options between hot and cold.

The hotel was clean but the room decor a bit dated. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. The hotel is right around the corner from the metro which makes it very convenient for the metro but the neighborhood does not have much.

Stayed 4 nights. Location: very near train station , about 4 stops to city centre BUT definitely not downtown, not near Duomo. BUT specialty restaurants just short walking distance outside . Lobby: very small , but more of a sitting lounge for hotel guests . Room: mine in the 8th floor fits me , being just on single occupancy, well equipped, comfortable bed, fairly sized tv with only 2 English channels but many Italian dialect ones . A coffee / tea making set. Stocked up mini bar. A drawback is the AC temperature, which was not cool enough I almost asked a stand fan so minimise the heat. Bathroom: just ok with me , BUT the shower stall can make someone feel claustrophobic, well typical of the ones in Europe I guess. WiFi :: needs password , but once activated is fast and fuss free. Breakfast :: buffet , is actually really good , not too much , but of high quality . Pleasant tasting , the breads and pastries seem to come out of their personal oven. They have gluten free variants for those with special diet. Loved my cappuccino every morning. Special mention :: the freebies in the lobby , such as coffee , water , pastries , cookies etc .. the people, particularly the bell staff Manuel and Pedro , who both doesn't speak good English , but are very hardworking. Even though we never asked for porter service they are eager to help without asking in return. And the lady taking care of our daily breakfasts , she is very efficient , even though she refuse a photo op to recognise her, I understand. I hope these people get their proper credit and recognition. Reminder: tap water in Milan ( or many parts of Italy ) are potable , so unless you want those with gas , just buy in stores nearby.

Staff very kind! This hotel is well liked to the centre of Milan thanks to the underground station nearby. Worth really rest here (bed very comfortable and large room). Vintage rooms but restructured so, in the complex, they are nice to see and very cleaned :)

Traveled with a group that stayed here for multiple days. Hotel is convenient next to a metro stop, and there are restaurants and stores a short walk away. Hotel looks a little old on both the outside and inside. Rooms were fairly small, and walls very thin, though luckily this didn't affect my sleep. Room ventilation was not the best. Bathroom worked fine. There is breakfast in the basement of the hotel and it was good. Service at front desk varied, at least one guy there was very helpful, some others were not helpful at all.

We have stayed at this particular hotel every year for the past 3 to 4 years - each year we attend the Salone del Mobile / Eurocucine Fair. We have always been very happy with this hotels location especially. Right outside the metro. Not great for restaurants selections at night. But otherwise perfect. Breakfasts are always good and the breakfast staff always friendly and efficient. issue we have now is that the rates have become rediculously expensive .... ranging from staying at a room rate on the Sunday evening for 99 Euros to a room rate on the Wednesday evening of 400 Euros for the same room. For regular patrons and for a 4 night stay - we found this to be completely unacceptable. How can this possibly be justified - irrespective of them saying its a busy period. The hotel was not full.... We have decided that this is a rip-off and will find alternative accommodation for our future stays in Milan. Feeling really disappointed

Nice clean friendly hotel and only four stops on the metro into the centre of Milan and the Duomo. The area around the hotel seemed a safe place to stay too. Hotel was very clean with the room cleaned and serviced everyday. Good choice of buffet style breakfast with very helpful staff. Would certainly stay again.

This hotels location location made it easy to take the subway direct from the main Train Central Station and close to Linate Airport in Milano. Our room was not ready at 11:00 am when we arrived so they stored our luggage so we could make a trip to the Central Square to see The Duomo and shop as well have a delightful last dinner to celebrate our travel to Italy. Its location made everything so easy.

This hotel was quite conveniently located, just a stone's throw away from the subway and bus stations. The rooms were clean. The front desk staff was courteous…and helpful. There was some confusion with our reservations, but they made it work. For 5 Euros a head, we got a good spread for breakfast—freshly baked breads, cheeses, scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, cold cuts, yogurt, fresh fruit, a variety of juices, hot chocolate and espresso made to order--service de luxe indeed! For 20 Euros a day, there was parking—something hard to come by in the city. I would definitely return to this place!

Super small room with small windows (on the top floor in the new section). As single business traveller i was given a single narrow bed, i felt so uncomfortable sleeping there. The shower was a handheld piece with temperature switching from cold to hot, so no nice morning shower. The airco worked great 2 days but last day just blew air, not chilled. Outside was 31C and inside not much less. I thought i had been send to prison. Breakfast the first day when i arrived 30 min before it closed, had just 2 bread rolls left and 4 pieces of cheese. One could kill someone with the bread, that hard. No fruit left .. the other days it was similar low quality although a bit more variety. On a plus every one working there was very friendly and the room was very clean. You can get free espresso in reception and that coffee is great.

The hotel has good location,great combination of price/ quality and amazing breakfast for only 5€!! We were staying in a nice new room on the last floor. Furniture and equipment were new and comfortable!! This hotel pays attention to details! Awesome bedsheets, towels, free tee and coffee in the room!!

We spent 2 nights here before our initial trip begins. Location is good both by driving with motorcycles or just M3-stop is in the corner literally. Hotel is small and quiet. Clean, of course! Rooms are quite small, but big enough to pack and unpack your stuff before the ride. Parking is possible behind the hotel. I didn't liked the bed-it should be at least a bit softer. And pillows are not my taste as well. So I slept quite bad both nights. Breakfast is average, nothing special to describe or remember. Overall not bad hotel at all.

We've spent 2 nights at the hotel and is good experience. Rooms are large enough, bathroom is a bit small and shower cabin also. It was clean and tidy. View was towards the boulevard and can be a bit noise however there are double windows. Parking is available on charge , also two free parking spaces in front of the front door. Metro station is just in front of the hotel which makes with very convenient. Free Wifi all over the place. Staff was helpful.

We have a superior room with jacuzzi. The room is big enough for 3 of us. We pay extra €5 each for breakfast and it was very good value. Metro station right outside the hotel. A few very good restaurant around. Will stay there again next time. We have Benz transfer from airport, felt like VIP on arrival.

The position of the hotel is great, just near the metro station. Since it was raining so bad when we arrived, this really came in handy. The breakfast was nice ( a lot of options ). I saw some comments about uncomfortable beds, but I really liked ours. It was a double bed ( not two beds joined ) and it was just ok ( not too soft, not too hard ). The noise coming from other rooms was literally too much. I have never stayed in a hotel where you could hear the other people as if they are staying in your room, too. Plus, if you have the "luck" to have neighbours like ours who played music up until 4 am and did burping contests...you will understand the issue.

First visit to Milan for design week, all hotels were very expensive. Yes this hotel is a little dated but it was clean and we found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice for breakfast, please see pics. The metro is just outside the hotel on the corner, very easy to get around. The hotel sells tickets at reception so much easier than trying to work out the underground machines. The hotel is situated on the Yellow line Lodi Tibb Day tickets are the best as you can use them as many times as you like and only €4.50 each We caught the bus from Malpensa airport to central station, then a taxi ride to the hotel. Taxi cost €15 We caught the fast train back to the airport from Caborna station. €13 and takes 40mins. Seem to be every half hour. There are not many restaurants around the hotel, we caught the tube to Dumo ( 4 stops) it brings you out in front of the catherdral. From here you can walk to most of the main attractions and find plenty of places to eat.

The customer service was absolutely terrible. People working in the hotel behaved like they worked there for a punishment. During the check in the documents were literally thrown to me. When called to reception and asked about WiFi I was asked if I bothered to check the hotel book. When I had breakfast I was pretty much kicked out from my table, because I happened to sit at a bigger one and apparently I should only use a single table. Understood the reasoning but the execution was extremely rude. All the staff looked angry all the time. At the same time the price was at quite a premium. I will avoid this hotel at all costs....

Hotel Major must have been a major hotel in the past... But its glory has gone. The good sides: - it's practical for a visit or a business travel in Milan. The metro is literally located at the foot of the hotel and is 4 stations away from the heart of the city. - it has a definitely old-fashioned charm that is in keeping with the old tramways and the ancient decoration of the metro. - our bed was very comfortable, although it was the only thing that looked brandnew. - it is kept very clean (bedroom, bathroom, breakfast hall and corridors) Now for the down sides: - the shower could be more spacious - the staff could be a little more helpful and / or friendly - the decoration of the bedrooms is very old-fashioned, which we found both depressing and surprising in a 4-star hotel (but some visitors might find it quaint) On the whole, we don't regret the experience, but we may opt for another hotel if we go back to Milan. Please note the City of Milan asks for a 5 Euro tax pp and per day!!!

Second time here on business travel, and hotel is as expected. Last time was in a bit over a year ago, late summer or early fall. Not in downtown area, but along with subway line, easy to access, though I used taxi from airport about 16€ and about 15min. Nice typical Italian restaurants nearby, so our crew didn't go to downtown at all. Breakfast ok, nothing special to mention.

For This price you can find way better Hotels. I stayed in this hotel from the 20th until the 22th of October. The air-conditioner in the room works only from 07:00 to 09:00 in the morning and from 19:00 to 21:00 in the evening. The service was far below expectations. The breakfast was a like a nightmare. No Management should manage a Hotel like this; I won't be surprised to hear that hot water will be given only at these times as well.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and it's not to be excited about. A bar not really worth calling a bar, no restaurant, only breakfast restaurant. Bed was hard as hell and room safe was defective reopening it self

We stayed at the Best Western Hotel Major for 2 days in Milan. We were lucky to get parking outside the venue, but you can also arrange a car park behind. The hotel is a bit tired and getting old but the staff were very helpful. The best location was to be able to go out into the centre of Milan and elsewhere on the Metro which is on the corner.

This hotel is next to the metro so was convenient to get around. The room was clean and the bathroom was big (bigger than the room!). This hotel is good to rest your head at night while being out all day.

Very good city hotel for short break in Milan. Immediate locality has very little to offer but the hotel offers quick access to many Milan sights and attractions being right above Lodi metro station. Parking is very limited (and pretty pricey): make sure you book if you need it. Breakfast absolutely brilliant value at €4. Staff really friendly and helpful. Will happily stay again.

Good spacious rooms with an average view of the train lines. Good option to stay close to my business trip event venue. Tea/coffee making facilities available in rooms. Ok breakfast buffet. Nothing spectacular. Very much an average business hotel.

train station is right around the corner! clean, updated rooms each room is different there is free street parking in front of the hotel but spaces are limited they provide parking for a fee provide coffee and snacks in the lobby can pay 4 Euro for continental breakfast

Excelent location, with a very Nice and friendly staff, and a great breakfest included! Simple and very clean room. Excelent access even by car or train, and it is in the center of everything so can walk everywhere

I arrived at midnight and the room was waiting - clean , nice , comfortable - everything I need for my stay . The price is very reasonable , quite area, communicative .... everything you would need for a stay in Milan I would recommend to visit

I will start by saying this hotel is very dated and could do with a refresh! My experience started in a pretty ridiculous way - I entered my room and headed straight into the bathroom where I nearly fell flat on my back. I checked the bathroom floor and it didn't seem to be wet. After removing my shoes and stepping back out of the bathroom I found the issue - the carpet was absolutely soaking!! I think it had been vaxed to clean it, but it wasn't even close to dry! What a joke. After that poor start I then had a very average nights sleep in a not particularly comfortable bed, followed by a pretty average breakfast. I don't have anything positive to say really.

The hotel is located relatively far fro the center, about 2 miles, but there's a metro station nearby. They have a parking facility but we found a spot on the street in front of the hotel at €1/hr thru 8 pm (next day was Sunday, no charge). The room was decent size, the furniture old-fashioned but functional, good bedding. The breakfast was good too. Helpful staff and good wi-fi.

Anyone attending the annual Salne del Mobile fair held at Fieromilano will know that location for accommation is essential. Location was within 1min walk from hotel to Metro. Perfect. Hotel reasonably located within Milan - access to metro made a big difference. Staying at Best Western hotels always guarantee a good breakfast. Really good spread with friendly service. Rooms clean and spacious. Views not great but this didn't worry us since we were out at the fair all day and it was a case of leaving early and arriving back late. Front desk service also friendly and were able to meet our needs with assistance where needed. Would definitely consider staying there again.

What I liked? The location, close to the historic center, near the metro, which made movement anywhere in the city easy. The room- sufficiently spacious, bright and, very important, windows that can be opened. The hotel is placed in a quiet zone, tourists are not bothered by street noise. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, I also liked the good quality linen - spotless and changed daily. Toilet kit - good quality, updated daily. I liked the fact that there is room heaters, water and tea and coffee are free. Reception non-stop, free coffee and tea. What I don't liked? The soundproofing, you can hear the noise made by other tourists who (and this is not the hotel's fault!) shows a lack of respect and education.

I stayed here on business and when I got there the greeting wasn't brilliant and the decor a bit dated in the reception area so I wasn't expecting much from the hotel. The room was clean, functional and plenty of room to work. The view was blocks of flats but not a problem for me as I was in Milan for meetings so wouldn't be in the hotel much anyway. Needing to prepare some work for the following day, and in desperate need of printing a document, I went down and spoke with reception (at midnight) and they couldn't have been more helpful. Document sent over and printed for me and when I asked about cost, they said it was no charge. Breakfast was good and plentiful with friendly staff. Overall a great little hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Don't be put off by the dated decor when going in.

We stayed here for three nights recently. The hotel is air conditioned, basic but clean and functional. No charm at all but usefully located near the metro. There was a breakfast in the morning that we thought was complimentary but wasn't. Toast and coffee and fruit were fine; I would steer clean clear of the eggs and hot food. Front desk service was usually fine: they called taxis for us when needed and brought an iron to our room for us. The night before we left I asked about taking a taxi to Malpensa, and was told the time it would take and that they could call in the morning and a taxi would arrive in minutes. What we learned the next morning is that unless you called in advance, you couldn't guarantee a flat rate to the airport. Since a metered run to Malpensa can run well over 100 Euro, that would have been helpful information to know the day before...

Nice hotel. Is located opposite the metro station. To the city centre 4 stops on metro. The area is not noisy. Nearby there is a large supermarket. A great Breakfast buffet. I had to call the receptionist and ask for the kettle, as it was not, also the Minibar was open bottle of water. You can order a iron in the room. Ordered Taxi to airport at the reception, we were assured that the taxi is 90 euros, but the taxi driver took 100.

Excellent location outside of the city center, next to Lodi subway stop and plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. - Comfortable beds and clean and modern room and bathroom. - Excellent value for the quality and closeness to big attractions without the crowds

I enjoyed this hotel very much. Rooms are big and clean, and the hotel is located 30 steps to one of the underground stations that runs directly to Duomo. However, if you want to walk to the heart of the city, it is a little too far. Good service from the staff.

I have stayed at this hotel on a couple of occasions. It is just outside the centre of the city but is easy to reach, being adjacent to Lodi metro station. To get there from Linate airport is either two buses (73 then 92, costing €1.50) or a €15-20 taxi ride taking about 15 minutes. The room rate was very good for an hotel in a major European city. There was a single step to enter from the street with no obvious alternative entrance. The small lifts had quite narrow doors. My room was immaculately clean, large, quiet, despite overlooking the road, and had free wifi that worked well. Thankfully, the air conditioning worked very well and was quiet enough to leave on all night as it was over 30 degrees outside. Breakfast cost an extra €3 and was excellent - a huge choice of food, including scrambled eggs. The breakfast room was large and the fresh coffee was served quickly. The only downside of the hotel was the fact that the mattress on my bed was extremely firm and the pillows were also quite solid. I realise that mattresses and pillows are a matter of personal taste. The sheets were wonderfully crisp cotton. The front desk staff who spoke excellent English were efficient and very helpful, recommending a great restaurant a few minutes walk away.

I have been to this hotel before, but this time I was given a room at the top floor which was very modern and clean. I loved the quantity of space available in the room and in the bedroom and the view. To me, this hotel is perfect because it allows me to be very close to the airport (Linate) and to my favourite area, Porta Romana. The quality/price value is very high compared to other hotels in the area. I saw there was an offer to include the breakfast for 1 extra euro per person - I personally didn't do it because I was meeting friends for lunch, but otherwise it seems like a great idea. Totally recommend the hotel to anyone!

Basic hotel room with a litte room to work and limited TV channels on a small flat screen. The check in was easy and as we were very early they had safes available to put our valuables an dlive or bags. The hotel is on a very busy road but the windows filter most of the sound HOWEVER the air conditioning is turned off nightly at 12:00 so if you need air you have to open your window and let in the traffic noise which doesn't seem to diminish until very late. The hotel does have lifts that are the typical small 1-2 people size. The room was clean and the wardrobe had regular hangars available and a safe for valuables. The pillows were not very comfortable which made sleeping a bit hard. Check out was smooth and they were able to call a cab for us which makes it cheaper than getting one on the street. There are no USB ports for charging phones but the hotel may have adaptors available upon request.

Clean and comfortable sufficiently quiet. I found the room more or less adequate for a 4 star hotel. Nice staff. like I said not very comfortable to work in because of the desk with the chair being too low making it extremely uncomfortable with a computer

Always good. Just like at home.. We always stay at this hotel when we are in Milano.. Staff there is friendly and good and breakfast is ok and fine.. If possible, you may re-design and re-construct all of the bathrooms.. It will be much convenient and easy to stay.. Bed can be also changed to the new one because current one is not confortable anymore..

I stayed at this hotel for one night for business travel. I was able to check in and access my room early (10am arrival), which is rare and was great. The rooms small but very comfortable, has everything you need and is nice and clean. The service was good, I did not eat breakfast but it was included and looked very nice. I would stay here again and would recommend it for short stay if the location works for you it is very well priced.

It's quite a good hotel if you're on a business trip or 2-3 days stay. It requires 10 minutes to get to the doumo (center). The staff are very helpful. The hotel offered us umbrellas and a lot of info on restaurants and so. I would recommend this hotel

Overall, it's a nice place. The rooms are small, but does exactly what they should. The staff is friendly and got the right spirit. The desk was always manned by at least one english speaking staff member. Breakfast buffet was bland

Excellent parking facilities, nearby metro station, comfortable rooms, delicious and hearty breakfast. We spent two nights there. Wifi was good at the 7th floor. Good place! First night was a bit noisi, because a South Korean team, but the next was quiet. There's a place for parking in front of the hotel on the street. Not so expensive.

i was there for two nights and very satisfied with their hospitality and helping nature for whatever i have requested,its adjacent to Subway and can reach major places and i sugest for the family members with infants/kids,resrtns also nearby

Arrived and booked in very quickly by a professional chap with a smile. Very helpful with maps and directions. Room not huge but was clean, cool (34C outside) and shower with plenty of toiletries. See pictures - more than adequate for a one night stop over.
