Night stuff could't speak English instead of named "Best Western" Most room is noisy from the traffic. Totally ,this hotel is not qualified as Premier. Only restaurant and breakfast are good. The price is too high considering with the condition.

Typical Best Western hotel well located in a quiet location a bit from the autobahn. Perfect for a quick stop on the road. The rooms are spacious and relatively fresh. The staff is nice and the price reasonable. Took take-away breakfast which was not particularly special but ok.

We were pleasantly surprised with at large room with room for a family of four. Personnel were friendly and courteous. Dinner was good - we had schnitzel - it was fine without being memorable. The breakfast in contrast was super nice and well over our expectations. A good place for a stopover on a road trip.

Very attentive, helpful and pleasant staff who all went out of their way to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay. We would have liked to have had more choice of TV programs available in English for younger children. Hotel and public rooms were immaculate and typical of the region. A very enjoyable stay. We would certainly book this Hotel again.

Stayed here a number of times while travelling to Italy. The building itself is very nice. Very Bavarian The rooms are good and so is breakfast. Plenty of parking space. Prices are very reasonable. The town centre isn't too far away and worth a little visit.

We stayed two nights when it was very warm, 30 degrees C. No air conditioning, but we were given a fan. It helped a lot and we were still comfortable. Lovely room, all the amenities. Breakfast was great, hot and cold items in a buffet.

From a Hotel that usually is comfortable and quite good I do expect a better reaction when something goes wrong, as it was the case during my last stay. There was no water at all in the early morning because of a main pipe defect. Not a single drop of water was available for the morning shower or personal hygiene. The room nonetheless had to be returned with no delay by 11am although having a dirty toilet and dirty bathroom. As if the next guest would want to have a room in this condition! Not even a bottle of water was offered for one to brush their teeth or wash their faces. I would have appreciated to return the room after the lunch break to be at least able to quickly refresh myself. Instead, over 100 guests were instructed to go for a shower in a connected spa, which is open to futher public, following a long path through the hotel and various spa facilities. Everybody beeing in a tight business schedule, made this alternative unusable for obvious reasons known to the hotel.

Choosen just by chance on booking.com. Nice hotel with skilled staff. Late arriving, reception is ready to book 24 hours a day. The bartender is helpful. Clean and comfortable room. First class breakfast. Pool is missing for me.

Nice hotel with very good servis in nice small city. Rooms are quite big, modern equiped, beds have very good mattresses. Room service is very good, breakfasts are more than sufficient. The hotel restaurant with bar is nice, located in basement (like place where the breakfasts are served), you can't be wrong when you chose this restaurant for evening If you need access to WiFi, beware of hotel rooms 231-237, 331-337, 431-437 - even WiFi is here, practically is not useable because unstable connection and very low speed. WiFi at conference rooms and around reception is very good. BTW. you can buy phone card for your mobile in shops like REWE ( handykarten T-Mobile, Vodafone,...), Aldi,...

Spent one business week at this hotel and it was a great choice. Out of Munich in the nice Pre Alps town of Miesbach. The prices are much more convenient than a hotel in Munich with a much better quality quality. Comfortable rooms, nice staff, great breakfast. The hotel has all facilities for a nice holiday or business trip. Just the gym could open a bit earlier. It only opens at 8am which makes impossible to go if you have to work.

Was here for extended stay on business. Hotel is in random location about an hour outside of Munich. Not much around and if you are arriving late, make sure to eat before you arrive. We were starving because nothing was open after 10 PM or so—even though there is a bar/restaurant on site. Rooms are a little dated but are clean and have nice balconies. The continental breakfast and lunch buffets are extensive and mostly good-tasting. Dinner can be made to order with about the same average quality. Staff are hit or miss, with shorter tempers sometimes seen in restaurant staff. Outdoor space—including restaurant—was quite nice to lounge around in during the summer. Would really only recommend if needing a cheap-ish place for a business retreat for a number of people. Otherwise, head to Munich for some more action!

Not bad at all, decent room, very modern and clean and lovely alpine style balcony for fresh air. We ate in the dining room for the set menu and also an excellent breakfast. I would stay here again despite the major chain branding.

During an exhibition in Munich the complete sales team of 85 people slept here. Very satisfied! Breakfast and dinner are really good in buffet form. The gym which is located on the outside of the hotel is huge!! Very nice rooms, bathroom could be a bit bigger, but is worked out fine.

A nice hotel at the quiet outskirts of Miesbach, just a few miles off the ever-annoying A8 Autobahn. Perhaps a bit too large, catering also to large groups, otherwise nothing to complain about: rich breakfast buffet, (some) rooms with A/C, very good evening restaurant, but come early if the place is crowded. Bottom-line: just veer off A8, order your Kaiserschmarrn, and relax!

Possibly the best BW I stayed in. Large quiet rooms with confy beds, spotless clean bedsheet and fluffy bathrobes. Super equipped fitness center with a large numbers of machines to work out and outstanding restaurant with good food, copius portions and reasonable prices. Don't look further: STAY THERE!

I could live here ;) Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, nice breakfast. Some rooms with balcony. A very good choice for business travellers and travellers looking for hotel with a good standards. Free wifi.

on arrival the lady receptionist allocated us a double room just metres from reception, despite our request for high floor quiet aspect room.We requested another and the lady stated non available. A colleague later showed us two alternative rooms by way of resolving issue one an 'upgrade' with small balcony although all rooms seemed same size.we accepted the room with balcony it met with our request. The Spa is dated and some distance from accommodation, no towels/shampoo in showers, towels were obtained from adjacent Gym, poor quality and felt like 'sandpaper' Dinner half board was a buffet due I assume because a buffet was provided for a meeting group and poor quality. No other choice offered.

The Best Western Premier Bayrischer Hof in Miesbach ist simply an excellent hotel. From the arrival to the departure there was not really anything below superb in the hotel. What I liked - Free parking and enough spaces - Very friendly staff - Fast internet access - Good size rooms - Large beds and very comfortable - Clean - very good breakfast This is probably the first hotel I have not seen any room for improvements - so a very strong recommendation.

My wife and I enjoyed our night's stay here. She's originally from Bavaria, but we live in the USA now. This hotel brought back the feel of the Bavarian countryside to her, complete (outside) with the fresh farm air. What a delight to see the staff in classic regional attire (Dirndl)! And the breakfast this morning blew us away! Delicious, and served by friendly and attentive folks!

I rate it a 3 Star for its Class of 4 Star hotels. When I walked in I did not like the smell. The same with my room. I think it is likely that the carpet is old but I don't know for that is not my job. The smell was unpleasant However, the reception staff was excellent for all shifts. They soothed my initial impression. When we departed they were excellent in helping us go to the train on a Sunday when everything including the taxies seem to be closed. We had 4 couples in our group and the internet did not work in our rooms but did work in the lobby. Service 5 star Breakfast 5 star Bed 4 star Room 3 star Bathroom 5 star Cleanliness 5 star WiFi 1 star Atmosphere 2 star I would go back again despite the smell and the internet.

I am the Musical Director of the Tewkesbury Brass Band and was leading a party of 34 on a Concert Tour of the area based in Miesbach. The hotel reception is welcoming and always helpful. The rooms are generally spacious and well equipped although very hot but no heating was on and no aircon. Everything is very clean. The restaurant is bright and airy. The food is of a high standard and willing to help with food allergies. Breakfasts are excellent. The bar is small but very friendly and efficient. Close to the autobahn and walking distance of town centre.

My wife chose this hotel as the base for our tour of Bavaria. We spent 10 nights - the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The parking lot was large and free. The hotel was across the street from a market.

This hotel is nestled in the small Bavarian town of Miesbach. The area is quaint and near the foothills of the mountains. The exterior and entrance, as well as the staff, are authentically Bavarian. It was pleasant to walk into the hotel with a fire welcoming you back from your day. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. Despite the good things about the hotel, I didn't provide a 4/5 star rating for three reasons. 1. As a business traveller (and you will note this for all of my posts), I must have fast, reliable internet. Upon checking into the hotel, I was put in a room that couldn't even connect to the internet! What did is just tell you - I need fast, reliable internet. Thankfully, the staff relocated my to a room across from the router, but I had to move all my stuff. I was not happy. The internet then performed well, but for this review, I highlight this point for other business travelers. 2. The rooms were typical of the region, but there were only single beds which for a frequent 'American/ traveller on business, is a step down. Also, the beds only mildly comfortable. 3. Lastly, and this may be specific to my tastes, the dinner menu was limited for a non-red meat eater like myself. The fish that I ate as OK, but not as good as what I would expect from a hotel that bills itself as a 'premiere' hotel. The breakfast buffet was adequate and sufficiently stocked. One last point for all hotels, if you cater to North American guests, having more than the BBC International and CNBC Global on endless loops is quite tiresome. Some Fox News would be a welcome relief from the BBC and CNBC. But stay away from the dreck of CNN.

A great place for training and meetings. Location is very nice with a lot of free parking. Hotel has gym for free. Don't forget to take two keys for WiFi if you want to use it on mobile and on laptop.

I've stayed for three nights - the room was clean and big enough. the personal was very friendly. the breakfast was okay - but the lunch and dinner buffet was bad, hot meals were cold, the greens were from frozen goods and tasted terrible, besides it was cold. and the cook couldn't find spice rack, it tasted blunt. the location of the hotel is placed in a busy area - shopping center and road junction.

There was a lot more which we could have experienced here but we were only here overnight (e.g.their Sauna and wellness) Check in very smooth Rooms spotless, modern and spacious Breakfast very good The staff were extremely efficient and polite I hope I get chance to spend some real time here one day

This hotel is about 20 miles from Munich so you can avoid the crowds and congestion. We were there at the start of Octoberfest so this helped to be out of the "mainstream madhouse". This property is wonderfully characteristic of Bavarian architecture. The rooms are nice and the breakfasts are terrific. We also used the restaurant for dinner because the food was very good and the prices were fair. If you're traveling to Munich, I highly recommend this place.

I am on a road trip and it was getting late 8pm and needed a bed so stayed here it was 99 euro for a bed ok a real nice hotel and lots good features but enough to pay for one person but i enjoyed its also very close to my next stop so that good great service and wonderfully clean

The eight of us arrived at 7pm before any other guests. The restaurant was never busy and we watched everyone else served except us. At about 8pm the waiter apologized saying the kitchen was very busy but the food should be forthcoming. At 8:34pm the waiter said five more minutes. We left at 8:39pm when there were no food in sight. No apology from the hotel or restaurant.

We have been to the area before: Tegernsee, Schliersee etc and we wanted to spend a weekend to go up the hill and take a long boat tour, so we booked the hotel. Perfect choice: its big, lots of parking space, we had dinner at the roomy and big restaurant(s), and also the breakfast-buffet which was very good. There were 3 of us, with my wife and my young teenage son. Our room had a mezzanine which had 2 big beds, and the main floor was ample with entrance, lots of cabinets, a comfortable toilet/shower, big TV and like a small living room, and the sofa bed which was big and comfortable. WiFi connection was good and free. We stayed only overnight, but we would definitely come back to the hotel the next time.

I'be stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and I would not come back based on my experience. The room, bathroom and space is good. Also the breakfast is well done. However this hotes is lacking in service in the restaurant area. The service was was extremely slow, we had to remind them we ordered, others were getting food first even though they came in later and once we hot our food we did not get what we ordered. As it was after 10pm we accepted it but once we wanted to order desert they said the kitchen was closed! Also we did nit get any compensation in drinks or a discount. In fact, they did not even apologize! We complained at the reception desk and the reply was: 'Yes but was very busy!' The basement and pre-restaurant area had a weird smell. Smelling like urine. I would not like to come back here again.

My trip here was for business only however should you travel here for any other reason this hotel is ok however a little old and dated but it suits its purpose. The check-in was easy and the lovely receptionist helped to pay the taxi (who only accepted cash). The restaurant was nice and I found some gluten free meals. The bar was great with a good selection. The rooms were ok but pretty small and dated but the heating was awesome, the bathrooms were obviously updated! The standout was the massive gym connected to the hotel, it had 3 weights areas for free weights and machines, cardio, tennis and squash courts!

I had a chance to spend 2 days in this hotel, I attended a conference at the beginning of October. The staff were really friendly and helpul. The food was delicious. Rooms were cleaned and nicely decorated. The conference rooms were spacious.

A nice and charming country side , not too far from Munich but still a trek ! The hotel and its rooms are nice. all the staff has been super nice and welcoming but the trophy goes to the bar tender... really cool an helpful. Not much to do around if you don't have a car....

It's next to an industrial area and a decent 3-Star-Hotel. The breakfast is very good but I would still look for another option if I go there again. Because everything else about the hotel is average and therefore the price is just a bit too high. One more thing. Avoid the hotel bar. Apart from the terrible music they played that evening the drinks tasted somewhere between artificial and terrible

Used this hotel for a stay-over on the way to Croatia. Very nice hotel and staff. Easy to find when arriving from the autobahn. Clean and spacious room with aircon and good beds. Excellent breakfast. Lovely biergarten. Can highly recommend.

The room was neat, clean and comfortable. The bar was nice and the local Batavan Vodka was interesting (with slight overtones of Kerosene). The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good. Eugene is a more than competent waitperson. The white spargle was in season and excellent. I would stay here again.

Not the cheapest in town, but excellent price/performance ratio when booking via a portal and getting a good rate below 100 USD (as of spring 2015). Don't miss the breakfast buffet, definitely the best I tried lately.

Very good property for business meetings. Courteous staff except the few. Unfortunately I reached early in the morning and none of the rooms were vacant. The front desk staff couldn't help. I had to sit in the lobby for about two hours till I was allotted. The cooking experience at kitchen was nice. Especially the head cook exclusively made fish for me when I told I won't eat beef. Nice overall experience.
