Best Western Mesquite Inn

The TV and the channel options are from the 80's. There are no USB plugins and only one outlet across the room to use for charging. The water pressure in the shower is intense and the curtain is crap so the bathroom floods. You have to use your towels to mop the floor. Super old and outdated hotel that is way overpriced!

The hotel was clean and well kept. They had breakfast every morning. There was plenty of parking and the hotel is centrally located to the places we had to go to. The breakfast was easy to access and the kids loved it.

We had a few problems with the room, and the staff was on top of it immediately. The breakfast was so so, but you have the option of the restaurant next-door. Overall, it was comfortable, good Internet and clean. We would stay there again when we're in the area.

We arrived later on a Saturday night after our first reservation fell through. The lady at the desk ( wish I had her name ) Jan 27,2024 @8pm…..was super accommodating and friendly. She got us in a room right away and made sure we could switch the next day to an accessible room as my spouse uses a wheelchair. The room was clean/ comfy. The breakfast superb and the hot tub was clean and great to soak in. Highly recommended!!

Just passing through for a night. BW Mesquite is conveniently located to gas, groceries, restaurants and coffee. Emily at the front desk is a local resident that cares about the guests and the breakfast was great. I had positive experiences from every employee of businesses visited on this trip to Mesquite. All of those employees were long time Mesquite locals.

This place should be avoided! Front desk staff rude and inconsiderate. The little thing at front desk is anything but pleasant or understanding or accommodating. We paid king room price for a closet size smoke covered fabreze room. With double bed. I would compare this place to a pig with lipstick.

Great place to stop on our way from LA to Bryce Canyon. Warm welcome at check in, very clean ( as we expect from Best Western) , large and spacious regular king room and extra pillows. The pillows were the most comfortable we've had on our trip across the country and back. Breakfast had some nice extras including small packages of pb&j sandwiches and hard boiled eggs. So glad we stayed here!

We were thoroughly impressed with our overnight stay at this Best Western in Mesquite, NV. The rooms, mattresses and bedding were all comfortable and we slept well. Everything was very clean which I greatly appreciate. The front desk clerk was very professional, courteous and helpful. We're not familiar with Mesquite, NV but it appeared to be in a decent part of town. There is a grocery store, gas and most importantly, a Starbucks right across the street.

Although it was extremely hot in Mesquite, our room was very comfortable. Air conditioning did not disappoint. Check in was easy. We left before breakfast, but the in room coffee was great. Room was quiet and very clean.

I picked this location because it was half way between my travel destinations. It is in a good location, quiet and easy to find. The staff is friendly and room was clean and comfortable. It is located near places to eat as well as services such as gas station, grocery store and other needed amenities.

Clean and comfortable room, very conveniently located right off I-80. The room was a typical motel room, and seemed a bit dated, but for an overnight stay it was more than adequate. Nice little refrigerator in the room was very convenient. It's not what I'd call a destination property, and it's a little pricey for what it is, but if you're passing through and need a place to stay, I'd recommend this with no hesitation.

No complaints at all about the hotel location, cleanliness, good breakfast and great staff. Not sure that I think the price was what was quoted the night before. Close to restaurants and shopping. It was nice that staff were willing to suggest places to eat.

Friendly, efficient staff. Nice, clean room. Good location, close to casinos, right at the freeway exit offramp/onramp. Easy check-in/check-out. It is a very convenient stop-off on the way to skiing in Utah, including a little gambling at the casinos.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The Wi-Fi worked well. The breakfast wasn't bad, but it would be nice if they had a juice dispenser. The bed was a little softer than I'd prefer, but I still got a comfortable night's sleep. I would certainly stay here again.

It was a great hotel for our family. Our room had 2 beds and a pull out bed. I love finding hotels that have enough sleeping for our family of 6! Especially with breakfast! Also liked that it wasn't a casino!

The staff is very pleasant and accommodating of any needs you may have. The breakfast is one of the best. There is so much to choose from, from hot to cold and all the extras like fruit, yoguart, bagels ect. Great selection of beverages. Something for everyone from young to old.

Much more comfortable & family friendly than the nearby casino hotels. Less hectic & more down to earth clientele. Good size room. I appreciate that they cleaned the room during the day when we were out before our 2nd night's stay. It seems many hotels have gone away from cleaning rooms daily.

The BW in Mesquite is centrally located, easy access to all shopping, entertainment, and freeway. Sure, you can find a cheaper room at one of the Casino's but you will nto get the same quality and caring staff as the BW Mesquite!

I have stayed here before & they are very good except when i called to see about another room for a couple w/a pet, someone had to write on the paperwork that "this guest knows the rooms we are in DO NOT allow pets & no EXCEPTIONS!!!. Duh? That's why I called to see if there was another room. So that's why they got 3 stars instead of 5. Not sure who wrote but made me very upset. I have been a rewards member for 20+ years & never been treated like that. I was looking for another place just because of that one person. That was uncalled for. I'm not dumb & take offense to the rudeness.

We had a large room on the second floor. The bed was fine. We also had a living room type area. We were here for two nights. The morning breakfast was good with a nice selection. It was a little different both day so not always getting the same thing. The coffee was great. Would stay again

Staff was very friendly and helpful especially we had a long night of driving! I called earlier and the staff was so helpful! I would definitely stay here again! Breakfast was amazing and was included

The ladies at the desk, and the lady making the breakfast bar were very nice and very efficient. Room was clean and nice. Didn't like the layout of not being able to see the TV from bed, but that was a small detail. The halved breakfast burritos were a huge upgrade from the reconstituted eggs served at most travel hotel breakfast bars.

In Mesquite it was important to me to have a smoke free room so I paid a little more to insure that. The room was large and bed comfortable, overall slightly dated. Breakfast burrito excellent. This location was pretty quite. Staff was friendly and helpful even when we needed something in middle of night.

We were passing through and did not want the issues of a casino on a weekend. We have stayed at Best Western before and always had good service. Called and front desk staff was kind and helpful. The room was very nice and clean and very spacious compared to most hotel chains. Continental breakfast was very good. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Basic BW motel room that was clean, comfortable, quiet and safe. Pet fee is $20 and they have a large grassy area out front. The breakfast was great, and coffee is available in the rooms and lobby 24/7. Small refrigerator and microwave in the room, but also walkable to several restaurants.

This motel is way above average and a great value.The room was much more spacious than they typical motel room. The room showed how nicely the motel is maintained. We travel a great deal and there are just no negatives to report. Best Western Plus seems to have uped their standards as we have been pleased this past year with this brand.

Very comfortable, very clean room with a table and two chairs, a sofa with a coffee table, had a king bed and there was a night table on both sides, with plenty of electrical outlets. Shower had a small bar above soap area and trends on the shower floor. Towels were large and dried fairly well after use. Plenty of room in sink area. Bed was very comfortable. Pool and surrounding area were very well maintained. There is no elevator to the second level, but steps at both ends; something to keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage or difficulty getting luggage up steps. Staff was very friendly and more than willing to assist in any reasonable way they could. Would definitely return and recommend.

Checked in late, after supper. AC, bed and shower were OK, but that's it. Pool and spa closed at 9 PM not to reopen before 9 AM next day--worthless. No ice as the ice machine was putting nothing but noise. The final insult was ANALOG TV. So much snow it was basically unwatchable! And the front desk confirmed I had allI could get. Of the 24 days I was traveling, this room cost $50 more than any other and was by far the worst. BW needs to do a franchise review of this property.

Great place to stay for rest. Very clean, very quiet and convenient for traveling. Weren't there for casinos so can't speak to that. Staff was excellent. We felt valued as guests. Grab and Go style breakfast was pretty good. Our room on the backside was so quiet. Will stay there again on our next trip down.

Arrived early and a middle age shoulder length fair haired woman was so curt on the desk when I asked If we could pay extra as we have before at BW for early access to a room , a backroom office manager gave cold looks when hearing this ! Nest day at 9:10 when I only looked at the breakfast room having no intention to use the facilities the same woman loudly and in an autocratic loud voice said “breakfast is finished ! “ this was both embarrassing and degrading and having frequented Best Western Hotels for two decades now this loyalty now ends. A disgrace

We were driving east from CA and - after some unfortunate traffic - we ended up at this great Best Western. It's more motel than hotel, as the door opens to the parking lot, but that was great because we had two dogs with us. It was way easier than walking them through a lobby. There's a gas station close by and plenty of places to eat, Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I actually stayed at this location twice. Once earlier in May while driving East and again 3 weeks later when returning to California. It is very easy to find off the Interstate and in a good location for finding food and gas. One of the better coffee machines in the lobby from which you can select many options from just coffee to many of the coffee shop varieties.

We needed a quiet sleep in a very clean motel with a good pool, and this had them all. Front desk was extremely efficient and helpful. Breakfast was OK, nothing great. We had dinner next door at Peggy Sues, and that was a great choice.

We ride our Harley all over the country and always stay at best westerns until this trip, when we checked in the front desk person was very abrasive and when we asked if we could park where we parked the last time we stayed here she said absolutely not. The next day we find out around 1.45pm that the water is being turned off supposedly for 30 mins but it was still off when we went to dinner when we returned from dinner we asked the manager if the water was still off and if so what was she going to do for us also could we get some bottled water, she directed us to their vending machine so not complementary also we only received 50%off our night for having no water for 10 hours and the manager was very snippy. We now need a new chain to stay at since best westerns don't appear to be motorcycle friendly any more and this experience was bad from start to finish.

We were not planning on stopping in Mesquite, but decided to spend the night as we were tired. We stopped at the BW Mesquite Inn and was able to get a room without having a reservation. The Front Desk clerk was very polite, professional, and compassionate. My wife is handicap and the FD clerk was able to get us first floor room. This is a great hotel in Mesquite, NV

I am always happy with Best Westerns. Rooms are always clean. Always quite at night and beds are very comfortable. Staff is great. I don't travel all the time but the traveling I have done and the other motels I have stayed at Best Western's are the only one's I will stay at.

Stopped at Best western on our way back to Canada . Great place rooms were good and staff friendly and breakfast was good. Close to everything you need casinos restaurants and gas. Walgreens was right across the street for our covid test next morning. Great place to stay. Thanks for everything.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and will continue to do so in the future when in the area. The staff is very nice and the room are clean and with very comfy beds, the only negative thing I can say is that you do here some road noise from the freeway, but it is what it is. I would deffinetly stair here again as I have many times in the past.

Don't plan on sleep. Some sort of very loud generator went off every 15 minutes, they let a group of soccer girls run the hall for hours at night, paper thin wall to hear neighbors snore all night, pool construction started at 6:30 on Saturday morning and my favorite was the air unit in the next room sounded like a freight train.

Plenty of room in the suite for at least 1 king bed, but only had 2 queens. The pullout couch was very uncomfortable to sleep on, even for an 11 year old kid. Usually the mattress is fine and can just put it on the ground to avoid the pullout couch bars, but this mattress had bad springs in it so ground solution didn't work.

The entire staff was so friendly and helpful! I arrived over two hours early, and asked if I was too early to check in. They called housekeeping, and were told the room had just been finished. Ready to check in sir!

Pretty standard Best Western with all amenities expected. Near free way so convenient. Diner nearby. We had our dog and they have grass area in front of motel so that was convenient. Full hot breakfast not available due to Covid. They did have warmed up breakfast burritos, coffee and juice +. So was ok.

Excellent customer service with knowledgeable, friendly staff. Clean room with lots of towels. Pets allowed with grass available and a large park across the street (Veterans Park). Conveniently located within walking distance to a food market and restaurants. Will stay there again next visit.

The reception staff were wonderful. They let us know about heightened steps taken to mitigate the Covid virus. The room was very clean and well appointed. Convenient location to freeway and restaurants.

This was a great place to stay in Mesquite. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It felt roomy after staying in some smaller inns, so that was an added plus. It's conveniently close to Bryce Canyon which was our destination the following day.

We just had a one night stay here, but would definitely stay longer if we had events in this area. The hotel was clean and the layout of the 3 queen room was great. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was modified due to covid, but still gave options the kids and adults liked and were able to get our fill. The staff was nice on check in and check out, quick and easy.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Inn Mesquite for two nights as part of a six day vacation through the Southwest. I chose this property because of it's proximity to Valley of Fire State Park. All the staff I engaged with were warm and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable in an overall quiet environment. The one issue I had concerned a slow draining sink. I reported this to the morning desk clerk the following day, it was taken care of right away. I also appreciated that the breakfast room was accessible as well as the pool and spa. I would consider staying at this property again in the future.

Rude rude rude lady at front desk!! I would never stay there! All I wanted was a few questions answered and she started off with never book with a third party and you have to keep your pet in a crate at all times and never leave the pet alone. I said how can we go to a casino if we can't leave her??? No answer....I said she doesn't bark and she yelled that is the rules! I said I would never stay there and hung up! I'm just so mad and insulted! No reason for this rudeness!!!!

Front desk and staff was awesome. a/c was wonderful. Coffee maker in room was broken, Bed spread had hair on it ( maybe a dozen or so) and no grab-n-go breakfast sandwiches.. Other than this minor set back the over all stay was good

No frills. But was nice and clean. Room updated. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with many choices. Only negative thing is I was reprimanded for using the ice machine. I got a Walmart bag of ice to put in my cooler and I suppose the clerk thought it was coming out of her paycheck? Don't put it there if you don't want your guests to use it. She was rude and it was unnecessary to “police” the ice machine. Most hotels provide a little bag to fill with ice. So I wasn't doing anything out of the way. Otherwise good stay.

no elevator so take care if you have several things to haul upstairs. Room smelled smokey and door key worked about half the time. Pros: nice coffee machine in lobby, room size good cons: noisy especially by the pool. Some good options for the grab n go breakfast.

If your looking for a clean & accommodating place to stay, this is the place! We had little ones who wanted to use the pool & staff was nice enough to put us right in front of pool.. their BREAKFAST was awesome. They have an amazing breakfast & cleanliness was a 2 thumbs up!

Staff was great, breakfast had a variety of items for Adults & children. Definitely coming back. Went to Mesquite to do some golfing. Rooms are the cleanest I've ever stayed at…………. Keep up the amazing work y'all do.

Clean room, bathroom was clean. ,bed was comfortable , clean surrounding and quiet. The coffee station was my favorite. I liked the breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and Will stay here again. Thank very you.

From the front desk to the housekeepers everyone was really nice and helpful! I slept like a baby the whole time, which is unusual for me! The room are well maintained and clean! There is a fridge and microwave in the room. The air conditioner worked and you just felt like you were coming home. The pool was a little chilly but it felt great after a long day out in the sun and heat. Ice machine was convenient to get to, plenty of parking, and easy to get to and from the Freeway. There was a Smith's gas station just across the street and many restaurants within walking distance to the hotel.

We were passing through and stayed only one night, 4 adults in 2 rooms. Outside temperature when we arrived was over 90-degrees F. What we expected and received were a clean room, a comfortable bed, a shower that worked, hot water and good towels. We did not expect or pay for luxury. I have only one area of dissatisfaction and it is directed at Best Western's handling of "breakfast." Recognizing that each person has specific likes and dislikes I must state that the so-called "Grab and Go" fell far short of acceptable. I hope that the recent CDC Covid guidelines will encourage a return to previous breakfast guidelines.

Customer service was alright. They just sounded like they didn't like their job. The room smelled old and carpets were damped out whole stay. The beds had hair on the linen. The bathrooms were small and the sinks were so low. More like a toddlers sink.

I needed a room for 1 night on a recent trip through Mesquite but wanted to avoid staying in a casino property. This seemed like the best option. I was treated very nicely at reception and given access to my room a bit earlier than what was stated. Overall I was pleased with my room and the property in general. This is a fairly standard Best Western property. Nothing made this property exceptional but it was clean and afforded a decent nights stay.

Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful; the room was comfortable with nice amenities; the COVID-friendly breakfast had a nice array of options; and the location was convenient to the interstate, meal options, and local parks.

WE were very pleased with the stay. We were here for a week and really the only drawback was that COVID prevented them from cleaning our room on a daily basis. We were able to call the desk and arrange to have our towels and trash taken care of. Breakfast was grab and go but there was a large selection of fruit, muffins, juice , cereal and a breakfast sandwich. i have only dinged the cleanliness because of the inability of them to not clean the room on a daily basis.

I needed a place for an extended stay over a holiday weekend, and this hotel did not disappoint! Compared to other properties I shopped nearby the cost was very competitive, and the property was clean and safe. All of the amenities in the room were in working order, the wifi signal was strong, and the sack breakfast option was about as good as it gets in the COVID era. I'll definitely stay there again when my travel takes me back to Mesquite.

This is hands down the best place to stay in Mesquite. Rooms are clean the housekeeping staff does an amazing job. Front desk was friendly and fast. I have stayed at almost every hotel in Mesquite and this is my favorite. In reading some of the previous reviews all I can say is I have traveled a lot during the pandemic all over the western US. And this hotel is not priced too high and the Breakfast is a standard set by the Brand and local law during the pandemic. This Hotel is worth staying at.

Their beds are very comfortable, cleanness highly recommended and will stay in this hotel on our next trip staff was very friendly, overall all a good place to stay.. we also brought our family furry friend and their pet fee was really reasonable

There have been renovations which make the place clean and comfortable but this is still a budget hotel with cheap fiberboard furniture and a small cramped bathroom. The small toilet looks like a version from an elementary school. The breakfast was 100% carbs without even hard boiled eggs. This is an Ok spot for overnight but over-priced at $95.

We stayed for one night with our two dogs. It was a beautiful, comfortable, immaculately clean room. There was a coffee maker for k-cups with great coffee. There was a blow dryer and nice shampoo, soap and lotions. There was a Taco Bell and smiths grocery next door. It was a nice, quiet stay and we will definitely return. I read bad comments about the front desk staff. They were very nice. They strictly adhere to the 3 o'clock check in, but I was told that when I made the reservation. I guess that's why our room was so immaculate.

Easy check in, clean room with a good layout, close enough to restaurants and casinos, safe area (5 star) the breakfast in a bag like most hotels I have stayed at is junk (- 1 star) the maids give you a 7:30am wake up (- 2 stars).

rooms were very clean, room to move around, beds were very comfortable. good parking. the staff was helpful and polite. this was a pleasant surprise during our trip. because of covid 19 there is no hot breakfast they have togo bags with bagel, apple, granola bar

This hotel has done a great job in meeting the needs of their guests in a COVID 19 environment! The rooms are very well kept and the staff was very welcoming. They were able to provide pick-up-and-go breakfasts that were well thought out & even included an encouraging comment & hand drawn picture on the outside of the bag. I made a special effort to go in and visit with the manager before we left on how well they were handling the unusual circumstances. While complying with the pandemic guidelines they were able to make you feel safe yet comfortable and welcome. Nicely done! We will definitely stay there again on our way home!

The location is convenient and the room was adequate. I thought the price was a bit steep for what we received. The front desk was really helpful and polite so no complaints there. However, the parking needed some TLC, trash, etc., and the breakfast was horrible----an apple, dry croissant, tiny container of orange juice in a bag. In the lobby you could get a very small yogurt. I know there's a problem because of the virus BUT surely a better breakfast could be arranged. The next motel we stayed at prepared a hot breakfast (scrambled, bacon, sausage, toast, cinnamon roll) in a TO GO container. If not that put something better in the paper bag, please!

We pulled in late at night was told there wasn't a room, then there was. the room was nice. the staff didn't seem to like their job. The beds were comfortable. I felt safe there compared to other hotels in the area.

Granted this motel is clean and my room was comfortable.This motel is overpriced for this part of Nevada.I found the staff to be cavalier and insensitive to my needs.A swimming pool was included in the price of my room.The staff told me that I could not use the pool that I paid for.Their excuse was Covid 19 and Landscape Work. I asked for a partial refund and the Best Western Mesquite Inn refused to give me one.It was 108 degrees in Mesquite,Nevada that day.I notified the corporate headquarters of Best Western and they failed to handle my complaint.

I was worried about staying in any hotel due to Covid-19. I was happy to see the lobby was taking measures to help prevent the spread of the virus. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the rooms were lovely and comfortable. I appreciate the lengths they have gone to ensure that their guests are healthy and happy. The Manager Misty was so kind as to refer local options for food, " Bellas Pizza" was so good. I also was happy I could bring my dog. I will stay there again on my way to the coast.

50s style drive up motel. Looks updated but you are facing a pool and parking lot, so non stop activity/ noise out front. Seem to have kept the old AC units. Nasty staff. Not great value, price too high! Look elsewhere!!!

We had an emergency we had to come for a funeral. We have a dog. Luckily Best Western takes pets, just call ahead and let them know. The price is reasonable. Circumstances were a little weird as it had to go bag breakfast because of covid 19 but they still did the best. The kids could still swim an hour at a time per family, again because of covid19. We enjoyed our stay considering why we were there to begin with.

I love bestwestern but usually they're better than this one was. Maybe just an off day? Couldn't get breakfast because I was 5 minutes late and it ended at 8 which is pretty early. Pillows kinda sucked.

Wonderful hotel is a wonderful place. Staff went out of their way to assist our group with transportation, restaurants, golf and fun things to do. I left my glasses in the room and before I could call the hotel Rosalinda from housekeeping had already been to the front desk looking for me. She had them Fedexed to me in two days. Customer service at its best! Can't wait to go back.

My family and I took a little getaway to mesquite the first couple of days in February, decided to stay at the best western mesquite inn to get away from the casino rooms. One of the best choice we could have made! The staff was so pleasant went we checked in, rooms where very clean, spacious, bed where comfortable, and there breakfast was excellent. With a family it always nice to have that extra added bonus to save us some $$. Overall excellent service and hospitality! I sure recommend this property to everyone! Keep us the great work!

Had room 211 above the pool. Kids making noise in pool until 10:30 pm, then running around till later. Facility is clean, workers are friendly. Would not stay here again because of the noise factor. Close to freeway.

We stayed there for a running race nearby. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Convenient to local stores and gas stations nearby. There is not an gambling at the hotel which was nice, if interested there are nearby places to do this. Staff is very helpful on things to do nearby. I would stay here again.

The location is perfect for access to golf, casinos and downtown. Quiet location, but close to freeway and all major roads. This is a highly rated and very good value property, with excellent service orientated people. They offer the best and aim to make sure your stay is as required and expected.

Our favorite Best Western. Although an older property, it has been rennovated meticulosly and upgraded perfectly. Close to the freeway with very easy on and off access, but the rooms are quiet. Close to dining of all types. The best part about this property is the absolutely fantastic staff. Super friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Can't wait to return. Paul & Sharon of Idaho.

This is a good-enough hotel, situated near 2 heavily-travelled roads. Street noise is an issue. They charged me the full stay up front upon check-in which was odd. They also don't provide any type of in-room safes, even in the suites, and don't have safe storage for items even as small as a tablet.

This is a bit of an older hotel, however, the rooms have been updated and very clean! We only stopped for one night so we didn't use the facilities, pool/breakfast but there is a restaurant next door and a grocery store across the street. The check-in/out was very quick and the girls were very nice! We will definitely stay here on our way to Utah in the future.

That a great and easy place to stay with dogs! Had a great place to take them potty and loved that they give you a ground floor! With Taco Bell next door it made it easy to grab our dinner and take it back to the room. Room was really clean and nice. Left too early for breakfast but filled our travel cups with coffee!

Room was very noisy, we were at the back of the hotel, right next to a loud busy road. The bed and pillows were fine. Hotel provided soaps, lotion were lovely and smell of coconut. Ask for a room away from the road. We will be doing the same in the morning.

They went above and beyond for us. We stayed here on our way through Nevada to Southern California. We left the snow of Utah, and knew we would be hitting snow on the California border the next day. Anyway, we planned on leaving early the next morning to beat the traffic and hopefully the worst of the storm. The front desk asked us what time were planned on leaving and they prepared breakfast extra early for us. The large 6 person room was nice, with lots of outlets, and a great mini fridge. The room was clean overall, and we will stay here again when the need arises.

When traveling with a family of 6, it can be difficult to fit us all into one room. The room at Best Western was awesome...even providing a bit of privacy for the second bed (they are usually lined up one next to the other like a barracks). The room was well appointed. The complimentary breakfast satisfied all of us. The young lady to tended to the breakfast bar was exceptional in making sure that each guest was cared for. My one complaint is that when reserving a room for 6, it would be nice to have enough towels, shampoo, etc available for six guests. I find it a common practice at hotels to only prepare the room for 4 guests eventhough the reservation is clearly for 6. My rating would be higher if the room had been prepared for our entire party, and not just 2/3 of us.

We were so appreciative of the great customer service we were given when we stayed at this Best Western location. Normally we always book our rooms before we travel. This was an exception. We were dealing with unreliable winter weather and we were trying to get as far down the road as possible. We didn't want to have to drive any further so we decided to try staying in Mesquite. We did call ahead to make sure there were rooms available and we also determined what the price would be; so there were no surprises when we arrived. It was pretty miserable outside when we arrived. The front desk clerk was very helpful and we were able to get a room on the ground floor, so we could pull our car up right in front of the room. This is an older hotel, but the rooms are well maintained. They were clean and quiet. There was no traffic noise at all. Sometimes it's hard to find an affordable place to stay in the Las Vegas area that is away from all the noise and hustle bustle chaos of the downtown area. This location in Mesquite is so easy to find and it was such a quick drive off the freeway. We'll be back for sure!

Seems like maybe a little bit older of a hotel but is a very nice place to stay. Clean and staff is very friendly. Breakfast was adequate and there is a pool and hot tub. Hotel is spread out so I think that helps keep the noise levels down. We would stay here again

It is in a good location, close to restaurants, freeways and dog parks. It is also close to casinos. The rooms were clean The office staff were very friendly. The food served at breakfast was a nice variety and a sufficient amount.

Check in was a breeze. We have stayed in almost all of the hotels in Mesquite. This is by far one of my favorites. We will definitely be returning. Clean rooms, friendly staff, Good location and a nice bit simple free breakfast. Overall a great stay.

We stayed at the Best Western Mesquite Inn to avoid problems that may arise when staying in a casino hotel. Our beds were comfortable, the noise factor was nil, and it was within easy access to the interstate highway. We will be staying here again when visiting nearby.

Whenever we travel through Mesquite we use this motel whenever possible. The staff are pleasant and accomadting to your requests whenever they can. The location is perfect for us as it is close to city center, casinos, and restaurants. Also there is a Smiths Grocery and gas station right across the street. Rooms are clean and perfect for short stays.

We stayed in this inn last year. This was our third visit to Best Western in Mesquite. This time we chose a queen suite, which was very spacious with two queen beds and a sofa bed. The room was divided so that one queen bed was in one area, and the other queen bed was in a separate area divided by a wall partition. The inn appears to be very well-maintained. Our room was very fresh looking, with attractive carpeting and fixtures. The pool looks as if it could use some updating. It would be nice if there were some tables with umbrellas in the pool area. I did like it that we were able to walk from the office to our room without being in the sun. We will definitely stay there the next time we go to Mesquite.

Everything went well and a good size room with 2 queens and sofa bed which was perfect for us as parents with 2 teens. Hot place to stop at but air conditioner worked well and breakfast was good continental breakfast with eggs and sausage

Big, quiet room, updated hotel. Fridge and Microwave in room, room was huge! Beds very comfortable, fantastic andf riendly service. Easy walk to several restaurants and Virgin River and Eureka casinos. Definitely would stay here again. We were here for 5 days, and enjoed every minute of it!

The rewards points are a big bonus for us as they never expire. We go out of our way to find a Best Western wherever we go. The free breakfast is always a plus as it saves time and money on the road. Always a good value!

This BW property is one of the best I've stayed in throughout my US travels. Really good location for me, clean, well decorated, friendly and competent staff. I highly recommend this location if you're traveling near Las Vegas.

The staff was friendly. The building exterior, public interior area, and room was nice looking and clean. The hotel is very pet friendly and the desk clerk gave our pup some dog biscuits and a poop bag. The breakfast selection was good with both hot and cold choices. The bed was comfortable and the shower was better than most hotel showers. We would stay again.

We are platinum members and stay at BW whenever possible and the BWMesquite Inn is the best one because of their excellent customer service and staff. The rooms are incredibly clean...the bathrooms sparkle. Breakfast buffet is really good with HOT food....not warmish. All of the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Easy access to Interstate and close to golf courses. We have been upgraded both times we have stayed here and it is now on our list as a regular stop.

Hotel is priced right and conveniently located next to Eureka and Virgin River. Rooms are clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and has plenty of options. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Mesquite.

Smiling, helplful faces from the moment we checked in. Room met every need and was very clean. Daily service was excellent during our six-day stay. Property location was very convenient to many services we use.

The hotel was easy access off interstate. The staff was welcoming. We were checked in quickly. Complimentary breakfast was a nice benefit. The room was clean and average for comfort. Ask for a lower level floor if carrying luggage up stairs is an issue.

I like the kindness of the staff, the rooms are comfortable, clean, the hotel is conveniently located and close to good restaurants. If you are looking for a room in Saint George and turns out that the prices are extremely high over there, you can choose this hotel in mesquite only 25 min distance. It is a good choice to stay for a reasonable price.

We found the hotel showing its age. Not enough plugins in the room for our phones, iPads, etc. had to move the coffee pot almost over the bathroom sink to plug it in. The mattresses needed replacement. Price too much for what we got.

Very friendly and inviting. Driving south and decided to stop at Best Western before going elsewhere. Staff was efficient & quick check in. Ladies at front desk always greeted with a smile, Their cleaning ladies did too. They have a great Breakfast, traveling with a big family & having free breakfast is always a plus! Staff told us to leave we weren't welcome after only 3 days. We had paid and was waiting for a package but told us we couldn't set up homestead after 3 days WHAT..? We left and will never stay at such a rude best Western property like this one. We took oour money to better place up the road.

After a 4 hours flight from Fort Lauderdale to Las Vegas followed a by 1 hour drive to Mesquite. We were ready to rest. We checked in at 1:30 AM and the clerk was very friendly and accommodating. All we wanted to do was sleep and get on the road in the AM. The room was clean and seemed to have been remodeled recently. Fortunately, it was quiet and we got a good nights rest. In the morning we had an adequate breakfast and the all the Staff was friendly. We certainly would stay there again when we travel to Utah / Arizona.

Nice and clean room. Didn't have any major problems. They even had gluten & dairy-free options for breakfast. I don't remember any more details because TripAdvisor didn't give me enough time to check-off my reviews by email! -But I DID have more to say previously.

I enjoyed our room and pool. Stayed for five days. Today the three ladies stood behind the front counter conversing with each other for nearly an hour while I ate breakfast and waited for a ride from my family. There were sticky finger smudges on the chairs and tables that needed wiped, but they paid no heed as their conversation was more important than the things that needed attended to in the lobby. They even had a Facetime conversation with someone. We come every year. Although this hotel is in a better location for us, next year we will stay at the Holiday Inn and Suites. Plus the pool was better there for the kids last year. Stayed: November 2018

I wasn't sure how far I could make it from South Montana so I didn't make an advance reservation for this hotel. All the casinos were full so I couldn't get a cheap room. Since I'm a rewards member I made my BW reservation before all their rooms were gone and arrived right after. Some kind of large group was in Mesquite that Tuesday. Only single room left was a suite so more expensive - $95.Nice employees, nice property, nice room.

We were passing through Mesquite on our way to Palm Springs. The hotel is close to the freeway. There are restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and the beds were good. Breakfast was fresh and adequate. We would stay here again.

Wonderful beds. Clean lobby and breakfast area. Just off the freeway for easy on off. Older hotel but is well maintained and has a friendly staff. The internet was good, didn't have any problems signing on.

We spent a night here and found it comfortable and convenient to restaurants and shopping. No slot machines in the lobby :) and if you are on the first floor you can park in front of your room. There is no elevator as far as I know. The free breakfast was good. They have a machine that automatically makes pancakes.

We stopped today to check in at the Best Western Mesquite Inn. The very first question was are you traveling with a pet? I replied not with my service animal. The reply sorry no rooms available - I said you have no rooms available? Well not on the main floor where pets go! I said so you are denying me access because I have my service dog? Yes - I said big mistake you can't deny someone traveling with a service dog. They said try across the street they might take you! I stopped because I recognized the brand - I certainly will not be stopping at any future BW hotels. Just for the record my service dog travels many miles a year with me and never have I been so insulted. In fact the one Front Desk Agent nodded her head when I said you can't deny access to someone traveling with the service animal.

Booked the1st night of our N. Arizona/S. Utah road trip for 8th October. After a 9+ hour flight from the UK to Vegas we picked up our hire car and drove to Mesquite. Hotel was easy to find close to I-15. At check-in we were told our booking made via Expedia had been cancelled which was stressful for 2 tired travellers. Fortunately the hotel had rooms available, but now we have the hassle of getting a refund on our booking as it was paid for in advance. Room was nice and there were several options for breakfast, we enjoyed the scrambled eggs, toast, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee and tea. We would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The property seems a bit dated but well kept. Front desk staff was very friendly. As a BW rewards member I received both the extra points and a welcome gift (two small bottles of water and two snacks) which was really nice. Rooms are not that big but sufficient and well equipped. The bathroom was very small though. Also, the tub's faucet was dripping heavily. That's something that housekeeping should notice and have remedied. Location is good although there is some noise from nearby I-15. It's a fairly "even" noise though so it didn't bother me at night.

GREAT place !! Conveniently Located just right off Interstate 15 .. ..very comfy bed ....courteous helpful staff .... delicious breakfast!! It's a very easy and short drive to Las Vegas ... Definitely would stay there again !

It was a nice, clean room with easy access, but they were changing out furniture in the rooms above and continued into the late night. Also, the remote is programmed to not allow access to closed captioning. Since that is the only way, we can enjoy TV without blasting the volume, we will not be returning.

Pretty average Best Western. Breakfast better than expected. Would stay again if headed north from Las Vegas. Standard sort of place. Recommend but far from top end. Close to Interstate and add restaurants.

We will be staying when possible at Best Westerns. Staffs are friendly and helpful with all questions. The price is reasonable with quality and service. They even offered a shuttle van to the Mexican border for dental patients. Delivery and pick up. Cocktail hour from 5pm to 6:30, nice touch. Other patrons were all nice.

We stopped and stayed . 2 adults and 1 little dog. $20. Dog fee seems too steep to me. All in all worth the price nice beds and pool and jacuzzi was right outside our room. Great water pressure nearly blew me out of shower full pressure! Lots of hot water. Good housekeeping and front desk help.nice morning Buffett. We'll be back on the way home. Thanks

Best Western is home on the road. Everything I need is there.friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Im on a road trip and Mesquite was my first stop. Best Western in LaVerkin the second stop for 3 nights. Traveling with a dog is not a problem at Best Western and makes my life easier.

I would have given this place 5 stars if it was not for a couple oddities. Even though our room was closer to the back staircase, we were told not to use that one and to use the front one. Also, my hubby is a very early riser (3-4), and so that I can sleep, he goes in the lobby/breakfast area to watch TV. The clerk at that time kept telling him he shouldn't be there and should go back to his room, eventually telling him that he had to leave because she was fixing breakfast which he did. We didn't see any signs that guests can't be in the lobby at a certain time. Just was kind of weird. All other staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed everything else about the hotel. The beds were comfy and the location was good as there is a grocery store close by and some restaurants. And I believe the breakfast was ready at 5:30(?) if I am not mistaken which is nice as we like to get on the road early. Also loved their pancake "machine" -- they tasted almost as good as homemade ones.

We were greeted by a smiling receptionist who made us feel welcome. Room was nice and clean, Breakfast was hot and plentiful..Bed was comfy. We would recommend this hotel, it is close to the I-15 but very quite.

The front desk clerk went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our room. There was something wrong with the first room and she quickly put us in another room and checked on us later. We really appreciated the personal service.

I was traveling north from Las Vegas on a motorcycle tri, and didn't want to stay in Vegas and everything near the race track was full, so I raced up to Mesquite and found this BW right off the exit. it had been a long day and I would have sucked it up and paid $200 that night for a room... But I didn't have to! they gave me a nice size room with queen bed for $87.. the young lady even gave me a bottle of water while checking me in.. they also told me where I could get food.. and there is a grociery store being the hotel. the rood was nice, the bathroom was a little small.. but the room was quiet and comfortable.. breakfast was decent.. scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, cold cerial, nothing great but enough to get on the road with.. if I find mysef in Mesquite again, I will stop here

Stayed twiice in our travels. Fantastic little motel, clean comfortable rooms, very friendly housekeeping front desk and breakfast ladies, always smiling and helpful. Guys tending to the grounds which are lovely and well kept as is the pool. Breakfast area very attractive, plenty of seating, ladies doing breakfast kept lovely and clean with everything topped up. Easy parking and very quiet. Stayed in many BW's this is top one to date and cheap too.

The pool was the bedt part of this quick stay. One night. Love driving up to my room. Clean. Breakfast was excellent. Could have made pancakes but i declined the opportunity. Excellently done eggs. Buffet is difficult.

We were driving through Nevada on the way to Anaheim and decided to stop here for the night. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and there are restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance.

I arrived late and without reservations. I was greeted very politely and professionally. I was made to feel welcome and appreciated. Check in was smooth and quick. I was in my room very quickly. The room was clean comfortable, well appointed, and quiet. The wifi worked fine and there was a good selection of TV channels. The bed was very comfortable. I will being staying again when in that area.

Was our stop for our motorcycle group on the way back to the desert. Friendly staff and good service. Close to places to eat and fuel. Rooms were clean and comfortable and they accommodated our request for ground floor rooms so it was easier to unload our gear!

Arrived late at night during a thunderstorm. I made reservations from the car while in their parking lot just to make sure a room was available. Got a suite at a good rate that accommodated our family of 5. The room was older but recently renovated. No elevator and the downstairs suites were being remodeled. Overall, I would stay there again...the staff was efficient and friendly.

After traveling for 12 hours, our family was ready for a good nights rest. The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to enjoy a hot breakfast before hitting the ride the next morning. Our overall experience was great!!

only one negative. the air conditioners freeze up when set to high cool. the hotel has pre set them so it wont freeze. because of the very high outside temps. the ac will be on for 10 min the cycle down I had to switch from ac to fan then back to ac all night. there was a celling fan that helped. very clean room .shower had nice pressure the breakfast was good. the coffee was by the cup from a machine not pods or kureg, this was different but good front desk was helpful, there were several places to park my 60 foot truck and trailer.went to nearby casino to eat won $ 9 dollars on the slots! for 15 min of my time.

Rooms were quiet and comfortable. I was traveling with a young puppy so needed pet friendly! I checked in at 2:00 am but was helped quickly and efficiently by the front desk. Breakfast was typical, eggs, bacon, coffee cake but it was tasty. All in all I would stay again

This was a great hotel. The rooms are large and spacious and clean. It was also quite. The front desk personal were quite helpful when we checked in. To bad that they don't have an elevator to get to the second floor. The continental breakfast was great and had a large variety of breakfast items. I would stay there again.

Room smelled terrible. Cleaning seems to involve somehow spraying an air freshener in the room and hoping for the best. Spent most of the time with door and window open or out of the room. I would not recommend this place when there are several others nearby. Even if you have to pay more, do it

Beautiful room. I have not yet stayed in another hotel with a similar arraignment. But there is no elevator or method of at least moving luggage to the second floor. I am an older traveter aND I thought I would fall several times while dragging my case upstairs .

I was so pleased with the excellent customer service that greeted me when I checked in. The young lady was friendly and welcoming, big smile on her face when I walked in. She offered me a room with the requirements I had asked for online, and then changed the room to better fit the areas I wanted to utilize at the hotel. Very understanding and so helpful, always with a warm, genuine smile. The gal at checkout was also friendly and helpful. Both had very good manners and were respectful. The room was perfect, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were a good variety of flat to fluffy. Very neat and very clean as well. I will definitely be using this hotel in the future. Virgin River offers rooms for $27. Pretty sure they are Nothing like the spacious comfort that greeted me here at BW.

Great stop for a road trip across multiple states. Easy on and off i-15 (except our gps had us get off one exit early near casablanca and drive through town) Front desk staff well organized and had paper work promptly ready for our late arrival which made for a quick check in. Good breakfast!

This was my first time at this hotel. It was very easy access off the freeway and check in was fast, the staff very friendly, the room was clean, spacious and had a mini fridge, coffee maker, and a microwave which came in handy. The bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of parking, the grounds are very well kept, and the free breakfast was good. I would stay here again for sure, it was convenient to plenty of food choices and close to casinos.

Great location & hotel. Easy access on/off highway, yet very quiet. Stayed one night in pet-friendly room. Hotel very clean, staff friendly and helpful. There is a beautiful city park right next door with lush grassy areas that I was able to take my dog for a much-needed walk. (note: dogs not allowed on ball fields, but there are several other grassy areas adjacent to the ball fields). There is also an information visitor center next to the park & hotel that has a pet area in the back, too. Complimentary breakfast was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable room at a good price. Breakfast buffet is decent. Plenty of parking. Close to I-15 so is very convenient. Made for a good stop between LA and Bozeman. Stayed twice in 6 weeks and both rooms were good.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is an older hotel, but is being well taken care of. The exterior of building is in good condition as are the grounds. The lobby is small but has a nice layout. I like that it has a few bar height tables to sit at. I helped myself to coffee while waiting to check in. It also has a semi-private pool area. Several restaurants within walking distance.

My daughter and granddaughter and I stayed here on the way from Las Vegas to a camping trip in Utah. Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms but pretty standard otherwise. Breakfast was better than most motel breakfast bars I have experienced. What really sets this hotel apart is the friendly people who work there. Service was quick and with a smile and friendly disposition. Yes I would and will stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful service by everyone we encountered. We would rather stay here than at any of the larger hotel/casinos in Mesquite. A total and tasteful renovation of the property has made it very appealing place to stay. The beds are comfortable, the location is perfect and we loved the above and beyond service of the entire staff. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Mesquite.

Lovely rooms, quiet, restful, and wonderful staff. I will stay there on my return trips to the south. Looking forward to my next visit. I wish I had not been in such a rush, I would have loved to have tried the pool and other amenities. One day , , , maybe. You try them and let us know!!

We loved our room and the breakfast but we LOVE to swim and the pool was very small and freezing! The hot tub didn't work as an alternative because it was scalding hot. We have stayed at other hotels in Mesquite at this time of year and the pools were fine. Like I said the room and the breakfast were fantastic just not the pool. On the last day the hot tub was perfect, so they fixed that, but if you or your kids plan to swim I would try somewhere else.

Great Rooms and excellent breakfast. Super staff that were professional and friendly at the same time. Very cheerful atmosphere and good parking facilities. Only complaint is the lack of restaurants within walking distance.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the sheets did not bother me. The breakfast area had plenty of items to eat and it was hot. The hotel was at maximum capacity and we did not hear any noise. A good stay.

We spent one night over Spring Break. We received amazing customer service and a complimentary room request at check in. Unfortunately, we arrived late and had to depart early so we did not get to take in the pool or amenities. The rooms were a bit dated but very comfortable and spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

We once again were very happy with our stay at the Best Western, and that's why we continue to use Best Western any time we go travelling! The hotel is very nicely decorated inside and out. The rooms are a nice size and we like the fridge that they supply in the rooms. Also, I can have coffee while getting ready in the morning right in my room! We were wanting to stay somewhere while passing through that was not in a casino. I liked the location of this hotel to the freeway. There was also food close by. The desk staff was pleasant and helpful. We did not grab breakfast here and opted for a quick drive thru elsewhere. The room was clean and well maintained.

We were only here one night but plan on staying here again when ever we are in the area. The rooms are clean, comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast was good and the breakfast room was clean cheery . The staff is friendly and very helpful. We would certainly recommend the Best Western, Mesquite, NV to our friends and family.

Great little place to stay the night last night. Very clean place overall, and good breakfast this morning. Just as a point of interest and very reassuring....We saw them clean all handles and surfaces that might be touched in the eating area with bacterial wipes. Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Just behind the building is a great little restaurant, decorated as it would have been in the 50's-60's, called Peggy Sue's and we ate a great “homemade” burger there for supper while listening to all the great oldies. (You can guess my age with that comment.) Highly recommend Best Western Mesquite!!

This was our second time to stay at this motel. I rate it only Almost Very Good as we were put in a room at the very end of the property next to a busy 4 lane street. Traffic noise woke us up before 5am. Previous visit had us in the middle of the property facing the parking area & away from the street.

We stop here regularly between San Diego and WY. It's clean, comfortable, with a great staff. Decent breakfast: eggs, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, juice and hot coffee. Well worth the price. Right off the highway which is great when we're tired.

If your are looking for a place to stay in Mesquite Nevada other then a casino this is the place. A friendly and helpful staff along with clean comfortable rooms is this Best Western. And let us not forget the pool and hot tub, great for relaxing after a long drive or even a short one. Also enjoy the free hot breakfast. The bed was a little too firm for me, but hey I slept well.

This is our 5th or 6th stay at this Best Western. It has always been a great place to stop before heading to Las Vegas or In our case Palm Springs. The rooms are very comfy and cosy, very clean and they have all the amenities you need. It is only 2 minutes off I-15, lots of parking, a pool, hot breakfast etc. Reasonably priced at $90 approx. for two of us in 2 Queen beds.

I don't normally give a 5 to a motor inn, but I was super-pleased with our accommodations. We stayed in the “Presidential Suite,” which was like an apartment. If you are unable to climb steps, I recommend that you get a room on the first floor because there is no elevator. Breakfast was fine, with the usual display of eggs, sausage patties, coffee, toast, cereal, etc. The pool is outdoors, as is the hot tub. We didn't use the hot tub because it wasn't hot enough for us. I liked the location of the inn, since it was right next to I-15. There are plenty of restaurants within a short distance from the inn, and the casinos are within walking distance. It was our first time ever staying there, and we look forward to our next visit.

Stay regularly at BW"sand this one is the most expensive. The rooms however are quite with comfortable beds. Staff are friendly. Location is good just minutes off of the highway. Pet friendly with a pet charge. Ample area around hotel to exercise pet.

We were very pleased with our stay at the BW Mesquite Inn. Check-in was fast and easy. The desk clerks were courteous and helpful. The bed was super comfy and made for a great night sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. We had enough outlets, which is a big plus anymore with all our electronics. Some rooms are pet friendly and we didn't notice an issue with noisy pets. There was plenty of free parking and we were able to park in front of our door, which was exceptionally nice as we had to unload a bunch of stuff out of the back of the truck and load it again the next morning. There is also parking for large rigs, if needed. WiFi was available and free, although we did not use it so I can't comment on the speed. The location is just off of I-15 but was quiet enough. We will definitely stay here again!

Was a breeze to check in to this hotel with the front desk clerk remembering us from last year! A pleasant check in and a wonderful room. The yard in neat and tidy shape and the building nicely painted and very clean everywhere. Our room was very comfortable and clean with all the amenities that we required. We had a very relaxing stay at your facility and we look forward to stopping by again. Thank you for your hospitality!

The Best Western offered clean, well-appointed rooms at a good price. Restaurants close by was a bit challenging, since most of the good places where well off-site, but overall a good experience. The town of Mesquite is a casino town so if you're not coming for gambling you may want to stay in St. George UT, which is about 30 mins away.

Great Stay Great warm town. Plenty to do in this small town. Excellent friendly staff. Pool is modest yet nice. Easy freeway access. Good restaurants close by. Everything worked perfect in room. Clean and comfortable beds.

Hey, the ladies at the desk were sooo cheerful and helpful and funny ! Gave me a great recommendation for a restaurant for Thanksgiving dinner too ! Room was great all amenities and a soft bed ! I plan to stay here next time in Mesquite, NV.

Our stay was great. The luxury room offered extra space for our family of 5. Updated, so just as nice as the fancy new hotel across the street and breakfast is included which is always a plus. Great location too especially if you're in town for a soccer tournament.

If you do not like to stay in a Hotel, parking far from your room, carrying all your bags to your room, then this Motel is the right place to stay. Comfortable rooms, Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffeemaker and good working WiFi.

At $130 per night, this hotel seems overpriced. Clean rooms but beds / mattresses should be replaced right away. Breakfast options should have more variety from day to day (scrambled eggs and sausage served both days).

Would definitely tell family and friends to stay here as it was very clean, large nicely decorated rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and a large variety of hot items and lots of bagels, pasteries, fruit, yogurt and cereal

Beautiful place !!Surroundings are very well manicured & clean. Rooms were nice & clean too. Continental breakfast was good with a nice variety of food for a quick breakfast. Pool area looks nice and clean with patio tables & hot tub. We did not use the pool but did come out later in the evening cause it was so nice out and add a beverage and sat at a picnic table. No one else was there...

I would never stay or recommend staying here. We had no water for showers after a long day of softball games. No other commodities were offered during our problem, no suggestion or offer to change rooms, no offer for compensation. I had to argue for some kind of discount for not having ANY WATER for showers - we couldn't even flush the toilet. What a horrible place to stay!

Excellent room layout. 2 queens and pull out queen sofabed with lots of room to move around. comfortable, quiet and dark rooms. very polite staff. Our boys loved the pancake machine for breakfast. Rest of breakfast okay too - decent scrambled eggs and sausage.

Very clean and comfortable. We were moving and there was parking for the moving truck. Also was pet friendly which was a huge plus. No dog run or area would have been nice, but overall very happy with the hotel

Hotel is very easy to get to, just off the interstate. Check-in was fast. Rooms are spacious and clean with the internet being fast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through. Staff are very pleasant and caring.

Large room for the two of us. Easy access and visible when getting off of the freeway. Comfortable bed. Typical breakfast selection neatly arranged. Easy checkin and they gave me water and chips as a rewards member. Also, booking at the BW website, I got a lesser rate than an online search engine I had checked.

Got here super late (2am). Check in was easy and our room relatively comfortable. The AC did sound like a jet engine but we were so tired it did not matter. The breakfast was fine - about what you'd expect, the staff very pleasant, and the pricing reasonable. I'd stay again if it were on my way.

We stayed at this hotel twice in 3 weeks (going and coming). Having a service dog in training, it's important to us that the hotel is pet friendly and place us in a ground floor room. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The interior of both rooms we were assigned were clean and comfortable, showing a little wear, but nothing that would stop us from stopping again. A complete breakfast was offered and when checking out the clerk insisted we take a couple of muffins with us! There is a pet friendly casino/hotel across the freeway offering $27 rooms, but we're willing to pay the additional cost for the piece of mind that Best Western's customer satisfaction.

Clean, friendly place for a quick overnight when headed thru to Zion National Park or other areas of interest in Southern Utah. Last exit in Mesquite easy off and on freeway. Fast food restaurants close by.

Got in about 7 pm. Friendly staff and quiet rooms. Was in a dog friendly, non-smoking room which was up to date and clean. Had a good stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Restaurants nearby.

Very happy and would definitely come back and refer it to a friend ,staff was excellent, rooms were clean and very comfortable. Walking distance to get a bite to eat. Breakfast was good very light meal and coffee was great.

this was the last in in hotel stays on this road trip. I thought the last was in Beaver but it was a long trip so got confused! Anyway I digress, this was a lovely hotel with Peggy Sue's 1950's diner within walking distance. This is a fabulous diner and well worth the visit they play vintage music which is fun. The food is great and good value for money. Our room in the hotel was lovely and it was quiet.

Don't stay in the rooms near the stairs, unless you are planning to be up at the crack of dawn with everyone else. The staff was rude and upon check out didn't even ask how the stay was. But maybe she knew I would be crabby because of my room location. I'm probably not the first to be annoyed to be woken up at 5:30 am by the other guests getting an early start to their vacation plans. There was blood on the sheets on one of the beds upon arrival. Small amount, but enough to soak through to the top sheet. Gross. I think pricey for a basic hotel

It's okay; room was clean, staff was nice. But, over-priced relative to the area. The wifi worked, and the breakfast was average for this type of hotel. Based on the price I paid, I should have driven further down the road...

For the price you pay, you don't get much. Room was okay. Breakfast was awful. I informed a staff member that the pancake machine was empty and she snapped at me, telling me that she was about to go check it. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Clean Room and Venue and Comfortable bed I was able to get a good nights rest while on the road - price is right. The breakfast is also very good - great variety something for everybody. I would stay here again.

Nice, clean hotel. Enjoyed the pool and spa. Also had a good breakfast - they have a pancake machine instead of waffles. Told there was no food available after 10:00, so ate at the Taco Bell - would not recommend it. Go across the street to the Eureka Casino, they are open until 10:45.

Great location with nice, good-sized rooms. It's clean and the beds are fairly comfortable and the continental breakafast is a big plus. The lobby area is well-kept and the staff is nice. Typical Best Western - very dependably good.

The worst part about staying in most hotels is their room air conditioners. They are very loud. They go on and off all night long. The air near the unit is cold. I get sick if I sleep in a bed near the unit. Surely in 2017 a better, more efficient system is available that would not use so,much electricity, work quieter.

We were returning from viewing the Total Solar Eclipse in Wyoming, 21aug2017, and have a self contained camper with A/C. But driving through southern Utah, it was 107 degrees and we really need a nice place to stay with A/C. This hotel provided everything expected - and a breakfast in the morning.

Whenever we are in the area, we will continue to stay at this location. The receptionists are always pleasant, accommodating, and welcoming! The rooms are clean and well stocked. We look forward to our next visit!

Good example of a decent Best Western motel. Clean, spacious room and bathroom. Everything you need. Quite large hotel, but not full. Maybe because of the heat? Good quality breakfast buffet, sufficient choice of food.

This is our third stay at this hotel. It's our preference when heading between So. Cal and Idaho. We had a late arrival and staff greeted us with warm smile and a gift bag of water and snacks. The room is basic but very clean and comfortable. Our room had a large sofa for relaxing and a large king size bed. It is medium firm which I like. Their breakfast is simple but good, I like a light breakfast on a long drive. The nice thing about the hotel is that their is no casino noise or activity near (or in) the hotel. Also, their is a Smith Market next door and gas station freeway close. A great stay.

During my travels I stay at a lot of best western hotels my wife was traveling to California so we booked her room in Mesquite to break up her trip the staff was very caring and very nice to her and I really enjoy The staff taking care of her that is why I will continue staying with Best Western

We liked this Best Western. It was easy to get to off of the freeway. The room was nice and clean. We were able to get one big room for a party of 6 at a very reasonable rate. Breakfast was hot and good. Only complaint was that the pool was out of commission that day and was one of the criteria for choosing a hotel. But that is likely an isolated event. We will stay there again.

BW charged a ridiculous amount of money for a weekend stay. It would have been less expensive to stay down the street at the Casablanca. The only plus/convenience is that I was able to bring my fur baby on the trip. Still not worth $172/per weekend night though.

We stayed one night here on our way to California, and we loved it! It was a very last minute reservation, but the front desk attendant was incredibly helpful and friendly, and she was able to book us a very nice, pet friendly room for a fair rate. The room was clean and comfortable and everything in there worked. We didn't go in the pool but it looked clean and refreshing! The included breakfast was warm and delicious, and the ladies running it were on top of refilling and cleaning up. We had cereal, oatmeal, eggs, pancakes, toast and lots of baked goods. Overall a great experience with this Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone!!

BBQ except that it was a hotel stay. Simple checkin, then wake up for an easy breakfast and bail out to get to the next city. No clanging video machines or smoke, just a quiet room with a clean bed and big tv.

We were only staying for one night on our way home from a trip to California. This hotel had everything we were looking for. The room was spacious and even had a pull-out bed so that my son could have his own bed. The pool was wonderful and my children loved it. The breakfast was great and had something that made everyone in my family of 5 happy (including a gluten free husband and a picky 6year old). So much better than staying at a casino!

We needed to a 1-night stay on our trip to Vegas. We planned to stay in St. George but ended up going to Mesquite. The BW there was so much better. I'm glad we made the choice to go a little further for a better experience. I would stay there again

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times, both times we checked in after 10 pm. The staff is always helpful and being tired and cranky, it was nice to be greeted and checked in fast so that we were in our clean and spacious room in no time.

The stay at this particular hotel was just a means to an end. We have traveled the Upper Peninsula of Michigan many times while living in MI. Staying here was very convenient for us though in that it allowed us to "really begin" our travels into the Upper Northwest of our country

The staff members were all friendly from the front desk to the breakfast lady. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a corner room in the back on the 2nd floor and it was very quiet. This was the best sleep I've had on this road trip. The breakfast was good as it is at all Best Westerns, and the seating area is generous.

When we pulled in and saw it was a typical motel style with outdoor access to every room I wondered. But the room was great. King bed, sofa and a nice table with two chairs. A/C was on when we entered which was nice as the outside temperature was 108F. Pool and hot tub, although we didn't use it. Friendly front desk staff.

Friendly staff. With a very clean property. Nice breakfast, secure parking area. Room was large nicely furnished and clean. Traveling you can run into some real dumps. This was a pleasant surprise at a budget friendly price.

We needed to getaway so badly. Straight drive and easy to find. Service was friendly and good. Highly recommend. This has become our go o getaway. Can't wait to go back to get get away from life's craziness.

I will strongly recommend this hotel. Traveling with your dog is not easy, but at Best Western Mesquite Inn Nevada you'll feel welcome. The staff here will go above and beyond to accommodate you. The rooms are super clean, the wi-fi is fast, the breakfast delicious :)

We enjoyed our stay and it was important to have an area to park our 5th wheel . We were tired of setting up the camper and needed a night off , especially with the heat of summer !! They had a nice open lot behind the hotel where we could park our 35ft camper ! And we could view it out our room !

After a long slog, we pulled in to Mesquite. And there was not only a Best Western, but a Taco Bell just across the parking lot. We don't gamble, needed a no smoking handicapped room, and they were able to oblige. The morning breakfast was more than ample and we were happy travelers.

Outside doesn't look like much, but room was very nice, breakfast good, and staff terrific. Pool was out of order because of a wind storm but city rec center was a great option. Would have given 5 stars if pool worked.

A great, clean, friendly location. We were moving home and passed through. We have dogs and BW Mesquite was very accommodating. They had a fridge, microwave, good internet connection, etc. We had traveled 835 miles that day and stopping here for the night with our furry children was a welcome oasis.

We arrived early to avoid the 110+ temp. Our room was ready. The room was clean, comfortable and larger than expected. There was problem getting cold water from the tap and cool air from the air conditioner, but considering the outside temps were well over the 100 mark, we didn't mind. Once the temp fell below 100 the air conditioner nearly froze us out of the room. There was ice nearby. Staff very nice and accommodating.

Scorching weather - so hot 121 but the pool was fabulous, in the shade, a little warm due to the air temperature. It was great to have both a microwave and refrig. Room was on back side so you were heat exhausted by the time you walked around the building but other than that - all was perfect.

Everything was good. Attendants were great. Room was nice and clean and amenities were stocked and working. We stay here each time we pass thru to our Colorado destination. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pretty good for the money. Pretty clean, simple. Pretty good breakfast. Small but clean pool. Mostly friendly staff, one lady wasn't. Would have given it an all 4 start rating until we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. Only$14 more and much nicer.

While driving to Colorado and getting tired, I quickly looked for a hotel for the evening for our family of four and found this gem! The lady who checked us in at 1am was terrific; the room was clean and breakfast was nice. A very enjoyable one night stay!

The room was very nice. The pool wasn't as large as it looked in the picture. The wind was pretty bad and blew stuff from the trees into the pool and hot tub. I asked the front desk if they had a pool skimmer as I would have skimmed it myself. It wasn't actually too bad to actually go in the pool. In all it was a great experience

The stay was great. Everything was accessible for our needs. We walked to all the places we need to go. Eateries especially. We ride motorcycles so accessibility is very important. Definitely will stay again.

We stay here every year on our return from a cycle trip More than the casino and no smoke We leave before breakfast but muffins and fruit are out so we grab a snax good stop right off the road but high price for the area

We stayed one night at the Best Western Mesquite after our long flight to Las Vegas on the first night of our southwest road trip. We stayed in an upstairs king bed room which was large, well appointed and clean. We took advantage of the free complimentary continental breakfast which was adequate and pool and spa facilities. The reception staff could have been a little more friendly and welcoming. Would recommend for a quick stopover.

Location was convenient which is why we picked it but not the best part of town. Good air conditioning was needed since it was over 100 degrees. Felt like a swamp cooler. Half of the room would get somewhat cool but the other half was steamy. No ventilation in the bathroom so we had to take cool showers in order to breathe--thank goodness it was 100 degrees outside or the cool shower would have been awful. The cooling unit would suck in the fumes of cars leaving from the lot out front. Not my favorite in hotel picks.

The room was quiet and very comfortable. The staff extremely helpful and friendly. Will stay again when in the area. Plus they are pet friendly and we travel with our dog. There weren't other noisy tennants and even parking lot was clean and well kept.

People & pet friendly recently refurbished facility at a reasonable price! Hot breakfast in sunny dining area, & accessibility to outdoors & parking really great particularly for those of us with pets. Best Western Rewards were given points AND goodie bags - Not necessary, but a very nice touch! Walking distance to at least one large casino.

Poor service room was awful do not stay here. Go to St George. The staff was as rude as can be and could care less because the place was sold out. The beds were awful the room smelled and very noisy. Not sure why hotels.com has this hotel on their list. Avoid it if at possible.

We just stayed here Memorial weekend. The hotel is old and dated. There is no elevator which is no big deal but we like being on the top floor so we did. The outdoor deck on the second floor is actually slanted. The pool was dirty the entire time we were there - 3 days. The second day we were there we were out all day and when we came back to get ready for dinner our room had been somewhat cleaned but the floors were still dirty and the bed just kinda thrown together. The breakfast is typical cereal, scrambled eggs, muffins, juice and coffee. Would never stay there again. Stay at the Eureka. The hotel is not in the casino it is right next store. Very clean and the casino is not as smokey as the others in town. When I went to the front desk about the floors she said they would reduce the rate of my nightly stay but of course that never happened.

We have stayed here before. For an overnight when travelling, it is good. It is close to the interstate, clean, and good for walking our dogs. Restaurant is not on the premises, so you may need to drive to find what you want. It isn't fancy, but it is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is included, so that is good. Staff also are pleasant and helpful.we had a room on the main floor so it was easy to unload our vehicle as the entrance to your room is on the outside.

Fast checkin. Beautiful, clean, quiet room. Fast internet, easy sign on. Breakfast was great. Clean breakfast room. No shortage of food. Staff and service were amazing. Location great. Lots of amenities nearby.

Over all, a very nice place to stay. Good Breakfast. I would have liked the staff to have responded differently to an issue I had. and would have liked a few more electrical outlets close to the bed. A very comfortable and good sized room.

Last time I stayed It was going downhill but I was very impressed with how much they have done to improve. Room was remodeled and very comfortable and clean. I was traveling with my dog so I had a downstairs room. There isn't an elevator so even if I'm not traveling with my dog I ask for a downstairs room. If you walk across the empty lot there is a great little park to walk your dog. They even have a dispenser with doggy clean-up bags.

I have stayed at the Best Western Mesquite Inn for many years. I have enjoyed the staff and the quiet rooms. Misty the manager is very personal with her guests. She makes a point of making sure that we are all satisfied with her Hotel. She also takes a lot of pride in her staff. They are all very well trained. The location of the hotel is good. The breakfast bar is one of the best. They will take care of you whether you are on business or just a family get away.

If I had not had my dog with me, I could have had a king bed but apparently there were no pet friendly rooms with a king bed. That kind of sucked. Breakfast was okay, not great - but I've also had worse at a restaurant. Wifi was slow, too. For a quick one night stay without a pet it might be worth staying here, but otherwise no. Usually the bathroom in a king bed room is larger so if I needed to go out by myself for a few I could leave my dog in the bathroom with her dog dish, but the bathroom was too small to leave her for a few to go get something to eat.

The Hotel was very nice and clean, loved that part of it. I got in bed and WOW!! The mattress was so extremely hard, I tossed and turned in great shoulder and neck pain that completely ruined my entire next day due to LACK of sleep. The shower head could not be adjusted to NOT face the wall so taking a shower was difficult. So because of these two very important factors, I will not stay here again nor would I recommend this place. I feel bad to have to write this, it's sad.

First of all, this is a motel with all rooms facing out toward the street, no security, and no elevators. If you're on the second floor, you've got to drag your suitcase up two flights of stairs on the outside. Management is non existent and doesn't care. We asked for two blankets at 9:30 pm and were told to come out in the cold dark empty parking lot around to the front desk because she was alone and couldn't leave. Later the manager told me it was for HER security that she couldn't come to us but ok if something happened to us. Rooms are dark, dingy, old. Breakfast is fake eggs and oily sausage and no-name orange juice; manager told me its because the motel is a conversion from a previous owner and they have no kitchen to make real eggs. Everything is cheap, cheap, cheap, trying to take as much as they can and have no customer service manners at all. Just keep making excuses for their problems. Stay away!

Professional appearingl and personable staff. The very best that I have witnessed in this industry in years. Good breakfast in a small space. Near entertainment and fuel. Parking is not the most plentiful, especially for larger vehicles

On our way to California we stayed at this Best Western as it was a good value for the location we needed. It had the feel of a typical hotel on the exterior but we were pleasantly surprised with the room layout, cleanliness and comfort! The breakfast was also good and very filing with lots of options for our whole family. The staff were helpful to answer our food allergy questions as well!

Dirty fridge upon arrival but the front desk staff took care of it right away. Breakfast was as expected. Free is always good! Bed was HARD! Overall it was average. Used rewards points to stay here, but if we had paid the price would have been too high for this hotel.

I was looking for a non-smoking, non-gaming room between Las Vegas and St. George. This hotel was great for kids and grandparents. Breakfast was lovely. Wifi worked well. Overall, a great value for the price!

The lady at the desk could not have been less helpful if she tried! My little family and I travel the world and this may have been the poorest experience we've had with a hotel. I couldn't believe how unwilling she was to help us. We will never stay here again. If you were wise you'd stay across the street at rising star. Or just pray you won't need any assistance during your stay. I'm never staying at a best western ever again!! Thanks for nothing!!

Bedding had shoe foot prints on them, bedding had hair on comforter and in sheets, remote did not work, coffee maker had left over coffee inside of it, layout of room was poor, hotel ran out of towels, and portable crib was broken.

Internet isn't the best. We got there after having no wifi for over a week and were disappointed at the quality of the internet. The breakfast items were good if they were available. Food kept running out. Easy off and off from the freeway. Great restaurant next door.

The two bed suite with sofa bed is good for families who don't mind doubling up (small kids will rejoice). However, the breakfast area leaves much to be desired. The food choices are limited and there isn't much room to sit - worse if you wait to eat after 8am.

This is our second time staying at the BW during the Holidays to visit family. The Hotel and accommodations are outstanding and are pet friendly. It's located in a quiet area with a small park close by for walking your pet or having a place for the children to play safely. There also located right across the street from a grocery store, gas station, restaurants and a small strip mall, making it easy to find those items you may have forgotten or need at the last minute.

So we stopped last night and stayed at the Best Western Mesquite Inn. Went to grab breakfast this morning and I wasn't inpressed. This was a one time stop and I won't be visiting again. A clean room is only have the equation for me a good breakfast is key too.

The hotel could use an up date, no where near sound proof & the fan of the air conditioner unit was so loud I had to shut it off to sleep which resulted in being too hot & a very grumpy husband!! Beds weren't great by a long shot!! Doggie poop bags should be available for a hotel that accepts pets. Staff were awesome!!

rooms are clean. Nice employee's. nice right off freeway. Easy to get to casinos. Breakfast area always kept clean and stocked. Staff always friendly. Easy parking and great restaurants in town. Will stay again.

We stayed here for 1 night on the way to Monument Valley. Our room was dark and had a musty odor probably from the carpet. it was clean but not worth the price. The continental breakfast was a minimum offering. The oatmeal was watery. The lower floors were for guests with pets. Would not stay here again! It is however in a good location off the freeway .

We are retired travelers who travel four to five times a year on long road trips and use this hotel frequently. the staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean as is the swimming pool and patio area. the hotel is easy to get to from the highway

Stayed here while on mini golf vacation. Excellent rooms, breakfast and staff. WiFi was very good. The location is central so you are close by to everything one needs. I also heard that this location is pet friendly Highly recommend, and will definitely come back on next trip

Friendly and adjacent to all great golf courses in Mesquite. Prices were affordable and the service was great. No frills but very nice motel. Local grocery store just walking distance from motel. Breakfast was hot and substantial. We played many of the golf courses in town and found the location convenient to all of them. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. Next trip, I'll know where to stay!

Check in was perfect! They even had our keys ready for us. We had requested a first floor room, and that's what we received. Our room was clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable and not at all noisy.. The place is getting a bit dated and needs a little TLC and updating, in my opinion, but it was still just fine. The breakfast was excellent and the coffee was hot and strong--perfect! We will stay there again.

We stop at Mesquite often on our way through that area and find the Best Western easy to get to and affordable. It is clean and staff have always been more than pleasant. We look forward to coming back again

Simple, Clean hotel; Easy access and very accommodating. the room was as expected and laundry service is available. We were lucky to have a warm evening and the pool was still open!! Good breakfast and easy check in and out. Would recommend.

The room was a typical BW room. No complaints there, but had a second floor room and when leaving the elevator didn't work. I reported this but got no offer of help or time frame that it would be fixed so I had to use stairs to move luggage to car and although several staff members watched me - I was never helped.I'm a 67 year old woman who has a disabled husband. I managed, but felt like the staff didn't really care.

Mesquite, Nevada BestWestern is very good and I would be back when getting to Nevada again next year. Also like the bedroom being semi-separate and sitting area comfortable with chesterfield, chair and television.

Liked this hotel. Nice staff, good location. Within walking distance of grocery. Since this was the start of our trip, that was a plus as we stock up with drinks and snacks. Breakfast had good offerings but the dining area was too small for this size hotel. Would gladly stay again.

Stayed here one night during a road trip. Motel style with large room, fridge, micro, and large bathroom area. Room & beds comfy. The lobby here had a terrible smell of sewer....this is also where they served a small breakfast etc in the morning. Much to my surprise there actually were people eating in there, not sure how they could as smell kept us away except for grabbing a quick coffee to go. One more disappointment was both vending machines were empty of water. It was very warm while we were there and badly needed water. There is a grocery store about a block away which came in very handy. Not sure if we would stay again.

I have always had a very nice experience staying at this location. This last time we were pleasantly surprised when we received the handicapped room after being told while making the reservation it was unavailable. Mom was happy about this. The breakfast area is split into 2 areas depending on where you want to eat, in lobby or able to watch morning news. Always clean and they have almond milk which is a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

I am a rewards member with BW and always try to use them for my accommodation. This hotel was average at best. I was told I must pay for the room on check-in, never heard of this before I've always paid at check-out. The staff at reception were unhelpful and didn't seem interested. We experienced problems with the locks on room doors and they seemed faulty. The housekeeping staff walked up and down the walk way with their trolleys from 07.30 making a noise and then when they do service your room they don't replenish coffee,cups,glasses etc. The pool also looked dirty and although it was windy and close to the freeway (which was the reason given by the management) they could have someone removing the leaves etc with a net three or four times a day. Guess we'll try BW in StGeorge next time.

We stayed here thinking it was a Hotel and not a Motel. Our bad for not doing further research. We were stuck in a room that faced the swimming pool. Did not realize there was not an elevator. It took awhile to get all our heavy stuff up the stairs. Did not feel safe leaving anything in the car overnight. The shower had the hot and cold not labeled correctly. The bed was decent and the breakfast was OK but had to wait awhile for items to be restocked. Besides the slightly larger room and the breakfast this motel is no better than the competitor that has rooms for $50.00 a night and we paid about $170.00.

we loved this place very much.. we stay there every 3 months we tell all our friends about this place... and we will stay there again and again.. its in the perfect location.. come one come all you wont regret it

Have no complaints and would definitely stay here again. this is an older, nicely remodeled facility that has smallish rooms but very clean and accepted our Kitty for a $20 fee. We would definitely stay here again when passing through. It's an easy on/easy off freeway and reasonable priced considering it is fairly close to Zion Nat'l Park. You can park right outside your door so it is easy to move in and out.

Having stayed at this hotel two times before, I knew we would be well received even if arriving at an unexpected time of three in the morning. We travelled at night so the children would sleep part of the trip. The hotel lobby was fully operational and the lights were on. The receptionist was fully awake and receptive to our late arrival. A little pricy for the small room but we were fine. You would like this hotel.

Stayed here one night as we were traveling and they allowed pets. Checked in at 3:15am and when we got to the room and turned down the one of the beds it was covered with dark long hair. Changed room and went to the front desk in the am to see if the manager was available and to provide them with the pictures I took. The manager was not available so I emailed her to contact me. I contacted Misty Buchhalter after the third day of no response and the first this she stated you received a discount ($20.00 pet fee) I did not ask for any computation from the front desk associate Lucia. This was not the proper way to start a customer complaint conversation. All she did was so she has new housekeepers and they did not pull their hair back when attending to the room. I was not pleased in the way the manager Misty handled my communication with her. The associates at this hotel when out of their way to apologies for the incident but, not management. On a positive note the staff were friendly, they accept pets and an a light breakfast was offered.

Very nice room. Great location. The beds were very comfortable. This is a wonderful place to stay if you are flying out of Las Vegas. It is about 90 minutes from the airport. They start breakfast at 5:30 which is good if you have to catch an early flight.

We spent one night at this hotel in September, and found it to be very clean and comfortable. There was a problem with the door sticking, but I reported this to the front desk when we checked out, and was assured they would fix it ASAP. The hotel is situated very near to I-15, and to the casinos located on the other side of the interstate. It is also surrounded by eating establishments and service stations. There is a large enough area around the hotel, both gravel and grass, for walking pets, and several restaurants are easy walking distance on either side of the hotel. An interesting thing I hadn't encountered at a hotel before was that if you go down the walkway to the vending/ice machine area, be sure you take your room card with you because the ice machine won't work without it. There is a nice looking swimming pool available, although I didn't see anyone using it while we were there . . . guess everyone was over at the casinos :). We had an adequate breakfast at the front office atrium the next morning. All-in-all we were quite pleased with the cost and comfort of this hotel and would stay there again in the future.

Staff is very considerate and customer oriented. Breakfast was filling and good. Kids loved the food offered. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Mesquite or another city close to Mesquite in NV for business or leisure travel.

Nice and clean! Great property with a good layout, close to restaurants and casinos. Very nice pool area too. The staff was efficient and friendly with a decent breakfast, all and all a great value. We will stay again.

Easy access and parking for trailers, close to everything you need. Service was excellent. The only complaint would be the carpets need to be properly cleaned they are very dirty. Overall a great experience

We always stay here on our way to California. Always a great experience. Like having a restaurant right next door (Peggy Sue's) that has great service and food too. The breakfast is very good and has good selections.

When traveling far from home, it's often comforting to know that the place you'll stay is usually the same, save from local décor. We were pleased to arrive to Mesquite following a long drive across Utah. Our room was clean and comfortable, despite a slight plumbing problem, which we reported to the front desk. We'll definitely continue to stay at BWs when possible.

My wife and I stopped here on the way to Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks. Very nice, clean and comfortable rooms, well maintained property, and close to Mesquite casinos if you are so inclined. But not so close you have the noise and traffic. Right off the 15 Fwy. Highly recommend this hotel .

The hotel is just OK. It's biggest downfall is the Breakfast experience. The room is very small and poorly laid out. Breakfast feels like pandemonium. The food is the typical standard Best Western fare. Because of the good price point of the rooms, I had booked this hotel on my return trip. I decided to cancel and go elsewhere.

We checked into room 109 and while it's a typical setup, it's on the larger size of what we expected for this price. It was very clean and looks like it had been renovated recently. Staff was professional and polite. The small pool is outdoors so keep that in mind in regards to weather. There is a main road nearby but we didn't hear much if any traffic. Breakfast was hot and there was enough selection that we all had something filling. Great Lil 50s style diner right behind the hotel which was a yummy bonus.

Well laid out and comfortable. I Would like to see the room priced a bit less, but overall I will return on my next trip. Has a great Mexican Restaurant down the street and close to fuel stations.Great Bed

We had great stay in the Mesquite Inn, our check in was fast and friendly. Our room was clean, quiet and had all you needed. Their breakfast was very good but really busy when we tried to eat. The only disappointment for us was the jacuzzi heater didn't work and after riding a motorcycle all day that really feels good but we survived without it. The Inn is close to restaurants and a super market. Great place to stay.

A nice place at a reasonable price. Breakfast was fine but minimal. Room was wonderful and unexpectedly large. Staff was pleasant. A nice place to finish our trip before flying home. Wanted to stay outside Las Vegas.

Lovely room - very homey - with separate living room and sleeping areas. Breakfast provided a lot of selections. Near to Las Vegas and price reasonable. Room quiet. Directions for use of TV and Wi-Fi easy to understand and available in room.

Well run motel, check in was flawless and fast. Pool area was very nice and clean. Room was well maintained and clean. Staff was friendly. There were a few places nearby that you could walk to to eat. Also a sports park near by.

On our route to Las Vegas, we stopped here for a break. The rooms are good, clean and spacious. Internet is good and fast. Did get me some wories to connect. But then it was splendid. The breakfast was good, plenty of choices you can make. And the casino's are on walking distance.

My crew and I stayed at this hotel for a job we had to complete in Littlefield AZ. Hotel was nice, clean and a good value. The hotel was convenient to our job site. The hotel staff were friendly and we will stay here again for jobs we have in this area. The breakfast is average but good and fast when you are trying to get on the road.

When your on a trip There is no better place than a Best Western Hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff is great and these hotels are every where so you can't miss them. Some even have Elevators, which helps alot

We ended up sleeping here for only a few hours due to our flight getting in extremely late, but check-in was easy, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the free breakfast was nice. The pool looked decent, although we didn't have time to use it.

Very spacious and comfortable room. Staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast selection was pretty standard but had everything we needed to get us on the road again. A very quiet area. It looked like the pool was popular but never heard any noise. We know the casinos are less expensive, but we really liked this location and a non-smoking environment. The air conditioning unit was very quiet. We felt like winners!

My family and I needed a last minute place to stay and we could not have been more pleased! Wonderful front desk staff and lovely rooms. My only comment would be that the AC unit was a bit loud when turning on and off in my King bedded room hence I needed turn off in the middle of the night. Wonderful film breakfast and a great location!

We ended up needing to stay in Mesquite because there was an accident on the 15 and we were stopped in traffic for over 6 hours. Then there was really bad weather and flooding. We needed 2 rooms to fit our family of 5. This hotel was such a wonderful surprise. Very comfortable beds with nice clean bedding. NO casino, no smoke smell. Great hotel, worth every penny.

This was a very comfortable hotel with nice amenities. It was quieter than we expected with all the families on site. Restaurants of all types are close as well as grocery store. The air conditioning was a relief.

My son, daughter, and I are on a month-long roadtrip, and exhaustedly pulled in to this pretty sweet place. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and attractively appointed, and the pool area -- while a tad on the small side, and only just a tad, really -- was fabulous, especially at night. The kids and I felt very lucky, and we all agree that we would stay there again.

We spent 3 days in Las Vegas. and were on our way back to Salt Lake city, It was late in the day. and decided to just stop for the night. started checking the internet for available rooms. with out much luck. So just stopped in Mesquite. with our luck Best Western had just had a travel group cancel 10 rooms. The staff was great and friendly. the place was nice clean and well maintained. We were traveling with my daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter. she is 8 and loved the pool. will stay here again. great place to stay!

We had to make an unscheduled return trip home from Idaho that involved leaving Idaho Falls for Salt Lake City for one of our dogs to have eye surgery. Left SLC at 6 pm and drove toward CA hoping to make it home. We stopped at 10:30 at Best Western with two large labs, one with a cone. Room was clean and neat and cool (102 outside). There was plenty of room for our two labs. Amenities all you would expect. They also have a full breakfast, which I didn't eat, not a breakfast person. What I appreciated most was next door between Taco Bell and Best Western there was a nice grass area with trash can and bags for picking up after your dog. Sweet!! With a dog in a cone, airing is difficult anyway. But excessive heat makes the ground very warm and can burn dogs (and people's) feet. It was much appreciated! Would definitely stay there under any circumstances, emergency trip or pleasure and surely business.

If you want a clean , quiet, and friendly place to stay, This is it. The pool sparkles and is secure , the staff was excellent and know quite alot about the area. The room was extra clean and no need to worry about the bugs ,this place is great.

We were looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay that did not include a smoke filled lobby attached to a casino. This property met our needs, and included a good breakfast with a pancake maker. The pool is just the right size for the kids to get their wiggles out after traveling all day.

Every year or so we travel between SoCal & CO, stopping in Mesquite for the night on our way home. Several times we stayed at the lower-end casino hotels (Oasis & Virgin River) which were cheap but.tacky. Plus, I just don't like the "casino ambiance". So one year I persuaded my husband to spend a little more and stay at the Best Western. It was well worth it. We'll never stay anywhere else in Mesquite again! The rooms are nicely decorated, spacious, clean, with all amenities, ie. mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron & board, hair dryer, & the usual toiletries. Our room had a very comfortable king bed plus a separate couch and table w/chairs.

We stayed here on our way to California. We were surprised with the decor! The hotel looked like a 4 star hotel. It was updated 2 years ago. New carpet, furniture, etc. Nice clean rooms, and very friendly staff! Free breakfast was great! Homemade oatmeal, with lots of dry fruit to add to it, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal etc The hotel is located right in front of a Taco Bell.

We stopped at this hotel on our way from Colorado to California. We stayed on July 4th. We predominantly stay at Best Westerns to gain the bonus points. From the street this hotel looks average. The room we booked was a suite with 2 queen beds and a sleeper. The room was way more than I expected. Very spacious and extremely clean. As a bonus we got to watch the fireworks show that was being held at the Eureka. Kathy at the front counter was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She didn't complain once when I handed her my many partially used travel cards. The best part of this stay was the price. Under $90 for a room the size we had with the amenities was amazing. Definitely worth the stay. I cannot rate the free breakfast because I am actually writing this the same night we checked in.

Checked in late. Attending front desk was efficient, but not very hospitable. Felt like we were the last cup and saucer of the night that needed to get washed instead of a guest where I could have gone anywhere. Good for thought. Secondly, there is NO elevator to the second level. So if you have young kids and a load of luggage and its over 100 degrees in the middle of the night... Like we did; expect a trip. However, note this: TEST YOUR CARD KEY BEFORE LUGGING KIDS AND LUGGAGE UP... We didn't... Key program didn't take. Drag everything back to front desk, because no staff will come to your aid. Night Front Desk knocked off a % for the trouble. Guest room was clean, current and met expectations for an overnight traveler. A little too spartan for a multi-night lodging. Day Front Desk was professional and courteous. Breakfast accommodations were modest, but made the most of what they had. Staff was attentive. Dining area layout needs improvement; with staff/service 3-compartment cleaning station and unisex toilet room dividing the guest food areas, it was an odd combination. CON-Outdoor pool was set behind fence in the parking lot.

Stopped on our way through to California. Hotel was very clean and affordable. Bed was very comfortable. Great complimentary breakfast. I want my own pancake machine now! Best value I have found in Mesquite for under $100.

Stayed here in late June 114 degrees at 6:30 when we arrived. Check-in was very good. Room was clean and had a microwave and tall refrigerator. Pet friendly. Many places to eat within walking distance as well as a Smith's market. Breakfast had ample selections for everyone. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location just off the highway, good basic rooms, liked that the breakfast room is split into 2 areas, one with the TV/news and another without. Really like this as don't necessarily want to know the worst first thing in the morning.

This hotel allowed an outlaw motorcycle gang of about 40 members well known for their lawless activities take over this property. The noise level was continious with loud parties, reving their Harleys and this went on without stopping until well after 2:30 AM. Complaining to the staff did was useless. NO SLEEP for my family!!!

WiFi did not work. When mentioned to front desk staff their answer sounded as if it'd been given to many people over many weeks or months, e.g. "oh, yeah....we've been having trouble with that..." The room air conditioner was one of the loudest/noisiest we've heard - on off on off on off on off. It was hot outside, did not cool down much at night, so this was a big issue - was either too hot in room to sleep or too noisy to sleep. The bathtub was quite slippery with no mat & no grab bars on the side. Staff was friendly and acted interested in our comments, but we question whether or not anything will change. In a month, if you stay there, it is possible that you will NOT have WiFi, the air conditioner will probably be loud and the tub will probably be slippery with no mat and no side grab bars -- unless our room was an exception to the norm. Perhaps other rooms were much better. We'll never know. Note: we appreciated that our room was quiet, however, as far as street noise.

This was my first stay at Best Western, Mesquite. Our room was ready upon arrival with assistance from very friendly, professional reception staff. The room was clean and quiet. Complimentary breakfast was much more than traditional toast and coffee. A nice stay and I'd return.

I loved this hotel! We drove to Las Vegas the next day and it was a great place to stay! The pool was pretty dirty, and there wasn't an elevator, but overall, it was a good hotel to stay at. The bathroom was nice as well! Overall, I would stay here again. I am pretty sure that there was a Bible in the room.

Planning a weekend getaway from Los Angeles to the Grand Canyon North Rim for the Memorial Day Holiday, I chose to leave work early on a Friday and spend a night somewhere along the route in order that my Saturday mileage would be much lower and the trip more enjoyable. Checked online and made a few actual phone calls, and chose to stay at the Best Western in Mesquite, Nevada, some 350 miles from Home. I am a BW Rewards Member, so I spend lots of nights each year at some of their properties. This Hotel is about average for Best Western, better than average compared to most modestly priced chains and I am comfortable with what I receive for my dollar.

The hotel staff were very professional and accommodating. Very helpful! We have visited Mesquite in the past and have stayed at the Virgin River Hotel and Casino because of our dogs. This hotel was a welcome alternative because Virgin River was sold out. We enjoyed our stay here for the most part, but found the bed to be uncomfortable.

A very nice stay at the Mesquite NV Best Western. I have not one complaint.. Loved everything about it.. The location is perfect to get on and off the freeway, breakfast was a nice set-up Staff wonderful And the pool and room was so clean..

Not only a great room, great service, and great price, the overall state of this hotel was awsome. First time being in a hotel that the bed was not next to the a/c., Has black out curtains, the bed was to die for, the sheers had to be Egyptian 1000 count. The gals at the front desk allowed us to check in early12:30, we had forgotten about the time change!!! We have stay in Mesquite many times and always stay at th Virgin, and it was awful..They jack up the price, and even in a non smoking room it was smokey. The noise and the room was just horrible. So glad we came here, the other hotel (Virgin) up there prices on the week, so BW is actually less expensive.Best deal in town you can't lose at Best Western Mesquite Inn. Thank you ladies at BW Mesquite!!!!

Was apprehensive to stay here but glad I did. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy access to food and drinks and the highway. The staff was very helpful and the place was very neat. I would recommend this Hotel for other travelers.

Overall, my experience with Best Western is positive. The room had all of the amenities that I have come to expect (Internet, coffee maker, refrigerator, etc.), and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was decent. The walls are a little thin, so noise from other rooms can be heard, and the air conditioner is a little noisy. However, the morning staff was outstanding, and I left well rested and ready for the rest of my trip.

Registration was fast....too fast. Forgot to mention our wifi user code, was told it was folded into our key packet when we called down. Forgot to mention breakfast time: 5:30-9:30. Forget sleeping in. Many food items gone when we arrived at 9:00. Room was clean. Had all amenities. AC fair even on high. It was hot in town so this was a problem.

Not perhaps designed to be a place to rave about, but clean, comfortable, not too cramped, and offers a good night's accommodation. Mesquite is a good stopping off point between Las Vegas and the canyons.

This was booked online without ever seeing the location. We were impressed with the ease of walking to a store or dining facility. The room was spacious and very clean. I will stay here again if ever in the area.

If we had visited this establishment before reaching Best Western at Kingman, we would have driven straight past the latter. Strange there is no consistency at Best Western. Kingman's branch was very good, recently refurbished, clean, sensible room layout, etc. Mesquite: tired decor, air con unit noisy and giving a Marilyn Monroe dress appearance to the curtains when pulled across. Bed grubby and not that comfortable. Bathroom layout not brilliant - sink in bedroom alcove, not in bathroom itself. Not even married couples necessarily like to share the view when doing their ablutions. Coffee machine, sachets, sink all within a limited area. Water near the electricity plug not a brilliant arrangement. When we arrived, I noticed a 2" long smear of something brown near the loo rim. Stupidly (but late arrival and tired), I cleaned it off but didn't think to take a photo. Pulling back the bed cover, it was clear 2 at least of the pillowcases hadn't been changed, and there was a long black hair on the bottom sheet. Rang reception, who offered to change room (9.30 p.m. ish by then and we were way too tired) and change pillowcase. I just told the clerk that we'd reluctantly stay put but that we would expect a reduction on our bill. Breakfast quality nothing like as good as that offered at Kingman. On checking out, the receptionist said she understood the clerk I had spoken to the night before had offered to change the bed. This was untrue. We felt as if there was an implication we were exaggerating. Not pleasant. However, we did receive an adjustment to the room price, which was appreciated. I did see another guest complaining about the state of the plumbing in his room. I can't understand the difference between the 2 B.W, hotels we found during our recent trip, so can only put this down to management problems; good at Kingman, poor at Mesquite. Oddly, there was even a price difference: Kingman cheaper than Mesquite. Disappointed.

Room was noisy. Someone's car alarm went off every 1/2 hour and keep us awake. Room was good. Our third time staying there on our way up north. Our past trips were better and we will be back. Probably just a bad night.

We are on a 3 week road trip, traveling with our dog. We have been staying at Best Westerns because of their great pet policies. This room was clean, big, nice bed and pillows, wonderful breakfast, laundromat near, food and casinos short distance away.

A medium priced hotel with plenty of room to roam around in. Older property but very Comfortable. Diner was located next to hotel had a good dinner. Breakfast was good for me and had enough choices to satisfy my hungers.

This is the nicest, cleanest Best Western I have ever stayed at. The rooms are refurbished, brand new and they are super clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast bar. And very family friendly in Nevada, no slots, a pool, great for families!

This is an average hotel, next to a nice Peggy Sue's restaurant. The hotel is convenient to Zion N.P. about an hour away. The wireless in the back building was not working except in our bathroom, They have a nice pool and hot tub.

Our room had been recently remodeled and was clean, comfortable and in a very convenient location. We were able to park just outside our room's front door making it easy to unload/load luggage. The Best Western Mesquite is a good value and close to good restaurants and excellent freeway access.

I wondered if less desirable rooms were assigned to people making reservations via Trip Advisor/Bookings.com The room initially assigned to me was unacceptable. Person on desk was pleasant but would only offer a room in a dark corner, saying it was only other room available when there were only 5 cars parked on the grounds. Room needed updating "Breakfast" wasn't Hot tub was coated with dirt on bottom

this hotel has friendly and helpful staff and is very clean. easy to use internet service. we have stayed here many time sometimes with our dog. we have always had a good stay. the hotel is easy to get to and while near the highway the noise from the road is not a problem at all.

After staying at the Best Western in Ogden, I was not prepared for the difference in quality. I booked online with pets and when I arrived I was told that it was booked wrong and they would have to charge me more. Then they decided that since I had already paid for the room they'd let me have it at the rate I paid. The "dog area" was a public park about a block from the hotel........not what I was expecting especially when you have to take them out to potty at 9:00pm and at 6:00am. The room seems smaller than most Best Westerns but it was ok. This is not one of my favorite Best Westerns.

I have stayed at this location in Mesquite for 10 years or more. It has a good location. They are close to entertainment. The motel has a great outdoor pool.. The breakfast is great. The varieity of food is good. If I have my choice between staying in Mesquite or traveling onto Las Vegas I will chose to stay in Mesquite.They are a kid friendly motel. I highly recommend this Motel for both business and personal.

We traveled through Mesquite with 6 people, 2 adults and 4 children. We booked a room with 2 queens and a sofa sleeper and the room was huge! It had a nice fridge/microwave area and a spacious bathroom. The decor is a little dated but I felt it was clean and I was super happy with the space it provided. It is a motel and not a hotel so you have a door to the outside. We heard no noise and felt safe enough. We visited the pool area and it had a generous size pool that w as cold and a hot tub that was hot. :) The breakfast consisted of oatmeal, cereal, fruit, granola, juice coffee, toast, sausage and eggs. It was what you expect from a small breakfast at a motel but it was good. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful.

We were driving a Uhaul, so the clerk changed our room to one up front so we could park along the hedge for the night. Rooms clean and reasonably spacious. Breakfast area did not have quite enough seating, so ate breakfast standing up. Smith's grocery is within walking distance if you need sundries or need to resupply fresh food for traveling. NO LAUNDRY FACILITIES. Clerk will give you directions to one nearby if you need one. Pool was nice after a long day of driving once the kiddos were out of it for the evening. Taco Bell, RiteAid nearby within walking distance.

Overall a very nice, clean, place to stay. Okay with kids...seasonal pool, small breakfast area...no hot chocolate though! If you have an oversized rig, or trailer, parking may be challenging....steps to second level, no elevator but, that is pretty typical of most multi-story Best Western Locations. This one was close to highway but surprisingly quiet.

We drove an extra 2 hours to stay here. Rooms are smoke free and very clean. Easy to get off and back on the interstate. Lots of places to eat near by. The staff is very friendly and cheerful. I was glad we called ahead as the state fair was on and the motel was fully booked.

The room was large and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The TV and channel guide was just fine! The hot breakfast included "healthy" bread for toast options, hot eggs and sausage. The room wi-fi was great!

The room was tiny, but the breakfast was okay. It included a hot pan with scrambled eggs and sausage patties; so there was something hot. There was also a pancake maker. We didn't pay much, so didn't expect too much either. $72.00 a night.

Service was wonderful, rooms clean, and parking worked out great for a fun week of play. There was a group of us just wanting to buggy ride and enjoy the weather and we had a great trip. Wonderful breakfast choices to start the day and walking distance to very wonderful dinner, and about anything you may need.

Stopped here for the night after a long day of driving. The lobby/breakfast area is fresh and welcoming. Breakfast was what you would expect at a Best Western. It was convenient to park in front of our room to unload. There was a large area to walk our dog in. Our room was clean and comfortable. Had a good night's sleep here.

I arrived at Mesquite, Nevada for a planned golfing holiday lasting about a week. My friends were driving in from Las Vegas the next day however I had driven to Mesquite from Alberta Canada. I had a reservation at one of the local Casinos given that the nightly room rate was $27.00. Unbeatable, right! So wrong....I took one look at the room I was assigned and said thanks, but no thanks. Now I know why the room was only $27.00 (US$) per night. My journey to Mesquite was via US interstate 15 and along the way I had chosen to stay at the Best Western properties along the way. All of them had been to my liking and as a result I located a Best Western in Mesquite. I had no reservation and needed an extended stay 6 nights however the BW was able to accommodate me for the duration. My first impression of the property was in no particular order. 1. The friendliness of the front desk staff and their willingness to accommodate me and attempt to meet my specific room requirements. 2. The cleanliness of the lobby area and the hotel grounds in general. 3. The attractive appearance of the lobby staff who were all wearing logo type of BW shirts. All were well turned out and very neat. 3. My room was neat and clean and exactly what I asked for. The price was reasonable and I really have no complaints about this well maintained property. Best Western has sure improved their standards during the past several years and it certainly shows. Thanks BW at Mesquite, Nev.

If you are looking for a nice clean hotel to spend the night in Mesquite, the Best Western fits the bill. Quite room with nice amenities. Got there too late to use the pool, but it looked inviting. Nice free breakfast as well. We would stay there again if we return to the area.

Picked this stop based on previous reviews & convenient location. 100% satisfied. Excellent on all the usual measures, clean, quiet, comfortable, quick & easy check in, room was made up perfectly, good breakfast, easy return to the Interstate. Convenient dinner right next door.

Great location to stay before the Las Vegas Spartan Super. Clean, comfortable hotel with lovely pool area, free parking, and good continental breakfast. A good option in mesquite for anyone who doesn't want to stay in a smoky casino.

Receptionist Misty Bauchhalter was helpful getting a room for us; clean; updated rooms & decorations in reception area very nice. Great full breakfast in morning and helpful staff there too, thank-you

Don and I travel at least twice a year to various locations, This was a fast, fun trip to Yuma, Az, and then to the Grand Canyon, AZ. We will be going on another trip in July to another part of the country and I do believe it is a Best Western that we will be staying at before we take our flight to Germany, Again Thank you for a clean, comfortable, and very hospital Motel for our travels.

Nice stay, clean rooms. Right off the 15 fwy. The staff gave us the 2 rooms we requested next to each other. They were comfortable. The continental breakfast was sufficient. Walking distance to "Peggy Sues" diner. (Not affiliated with the one off the I-15 near Barstow).

Have always stayed here when in the area thru the years but it seems to be going downhill. It has become very pricey and that's with a AAA discount. The rooms are showing signs of wear and don't seem to be as clean as they used to be. They are pet friendly but there are cheaper pet friendly and cleaner options in the area.

Hotel services like breakfast, house keeping etc., are very good. Safety is questionable. It is pricey for the services and room offered. While taking in my bags into the room, had to place 2 bas outside. By the time I could come back to pick up the other two, one was found missing. Safety is questionable at this Hotel.

Pool is absolutely freezing and the management knows and doesn't care. If you are traveling with kids who expect to swim, look elsewhere because they will be disappointed. Breakfast was edible but that's about the best I can say about it. We're not particularly picky travelers but Best Western needs to do better.

You know with Best Western that things are standardized, and this was that. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was adequate, and the price was reasonable. However, the rooms are all on the outside facing the pool, so if you are there when there are a lot of kids there, like we were, it is quite noisy until well into the night. Not quite the quiet stay we were looking for.

Rooms are exceptional, clean ,quiet good location to everything from casinos to markets and restaurants. Far enough away from the main roads so there is little or no road noise. Rooms are large, very roomy.

If you like to stay in nice hotels and not the casinos when you stay in Mesquite, this is the place to be. The people are nice, rooms are basically clean and breakfast is good. A nice touch was they had almond milk for those of us that don't drink regular milk. Nice touch.

Would definitely use this facility again. Staff were all polite and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Grounds were clean and cared for. Breakfast was more than adequate. That is all I have to say at this time.

We have stayed a number of times at this hotel and it is well managed - great staff and very clean rooms. The only downside is a small breakfast room - but it is well stocked and clean. We have nvere been dissapointed here.

Pretty average Best Western. Price was ridiculous because it was Valentines Day but it was only room available in town or nearby St. George, UT. The lobby was really nice. Breakfast was pretty good. Rooms were clean and comfy, but no comforters on beds. Had bathtub which is always a plus. Downsides were it is not indoors and there is no elevator.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was generally good but spread over two rooms. The scrambled eggs were under cooked and liquid. The remainder of the breakfast was very good. The Wi-Fi worked fine for internet service and incoming emails on my laptop. However, I was unable to sent emails (I use Telus as a server). This happens at every BW in the USA and the staff are all quite useless with this sort of problem. Other than the prior mentioned glitches I was satisfied with my stay. I'm a BW Diamond member and stay at BW as often as possible.

I arrived late at night and was traveling by myself. I was thankful to be greeted by such a friendly, sweet lady. She made me feel comfortable and got me a great room. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. My only complaint would be the noise of early departing guests but that is to be expected at this location I think.

You have to remember that this hotel has been there for years and competes with casinos charging $25-30 per night. The difference in quality more than makes up for the difference in cost per night. This hotel is pet friendly and I am adverse to those kinds of rooms, all on first floor. However, i stayed in one king sofa room on the first floor because I injured my back and did not want to walk up and down steps. The room is very pleasant, smelled great and furniture, carpet, etc. if just like home. Was offered an upstairs room; but, was assured the lower level would not disappoint....it did not. The internet is the best i have found in a Best Western in a for me to connect, in a long time and generally have to go to Wifi.com...not here!

Close to freeway, good hotel if travelling with pets. Definitely will stay here again. A little weird having a pool in the parking lot right outside our room, but the patrons were not too loud. It would have been a problem if they were.

This property is at the low end of Best Westerns. It's older, not too updated and way overpriced. I paid $109.00 for one night with a dog. $1.00 less than I paid the prior night in a wonderful Best Western in Henderson. Mesquite's bath sink had someone else's toothpaste and food particle left in the sink. Towels are thin & rough. I won't stay at this property again.

I was so much tired, and needed a place to stay, so just walk inn to best western. And the lady at the front desk was well professional, give me a god discount, and the breakfast was ok. I wanted a ground floor, but unfortunately they were quiet busy that day. but that's doesn't mean that I'm not going to stay here back.

We stopped overnight on our journey to further south. The checkin process was very speedy. Breakfast was just what was needed in order to get a good start on the road the next day. Room was very comfortable. A bit of a problem was incurred. Many of the travellers with animals appeared to leave them in the their vehicles overnight. At 4am, we listened to a couple of smaller dogs begin to howl. Instead of going out to the vehicle to quieten the animals down, the owner only opened their room door and was speaking to the dogs to try to get them to quieten down. How that person thought that process would work and no one would hear is beyond me. Bizarre and humourous at the same time.

We drove an extra hour to stay here. I booked using the app on my cell phone, worked very well was quick and easy to use. Entire motel is smoke free Easy to get to and back on the interstate. Rooms are very clean and pet friendly.

Stayed at this hotel because my daughters were in a softball tournament. Rooms were clean, staff was pleasant. Only thing that we did not care for was the breakfast, but overall had a great a great stay and would stay again.

There are only 3 hotels in Mesquite that take dogs, I have stayed at one of the others. There is no comparison, the Best Western had super modern rooms, a area close to the hotel for the dogs to run in a field, QUIET rooms, I didn't hear anything from outside while staying there. its within walking distance to a couple of casinos if you want to gamble for a bit but don't want the noise associated with a casino/hotel.

My friends and family will be staying here again.. We love the atmosphere and the welcome we received upon check-in. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom and carpets are a big deal to me and I was not disappointed.

Hotel was okay. The only complain is that the night we stayed was very noisy with people from both next door and upstair. You could hear their talking and walking steps. If you need a quiet stay, I would not recommend this place.

We have stayed here several times and it is always the same, clean, quiet, not too expensive. Although it did cost 20 bucks a night now for a dog. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is pretty good too.

Cleanliness is next to Godliness and they met the mark. Those girls are fantastic with crisp clean sheets and that makes all the difference in the world. Fantastic breakfast and a very quiet place to get some sleep and head out early for our next destination Pocatello BW breakfast was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Loved staying at the hotel after a very long drive. The room was nice and the internet worked really well in the room. The TV was a bit small, but the bed was comfortable and clean. I would come back again.

Pet friendly room was VERY clean and cozy! The breakfast was quite tasty and, I felt very safe. The check in and out was easy and convenient. Parking was convenient and near the rooms and the hotel is very close to the casinos.

Unfortunately, we arrived in Mesquite during a football/soccer tournament that was going on with over 70 teams participating. We tried our normal place to stay and it was booked solid. We then went to the Best Western and were very pleased that we could get a affordable room. The front desk service was great. She even gave us a reduction because we were AAA members. Also the breakfast was great with lots to choose from. It did have an outdoor pool and jaquizzi.

Breakfast started at 5:30 AM which is unusual for a hotel and very welcome since I usually have to leave before 7am. Food, was ok, except the automatic pancakes, while interesting, where too dry. Otherwise a great place to stay!

Friendly service in reception, and delicious pancakes, produced by a clever machine,topped breakfast. Their remodeled breakfast area is well done, and since this property is along the way when I visit my children in Seattle and Olympia, I will stay here again.

My family stayed in the family suite that sleeps 6 and has a kitchenette. The value was great, everything was clean, and it worked well for my family. The breakfast was also really nice. The new pancake machine was awesome. Also, the biscuits and gravy are some of the best I've every had. Loved it!

The online reservation was error free, The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was easy to connect to the Wi Fi. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and there was a nice selection, but I would have preferred that it was offered until 10 instead of stopping at 9 AM.

The room was comfortable for the most part. There was a roach in the bathroom but I was told by the front desk that they had just sprayed and that's why they were coming out. Still gross. Slept with the lights on in case. The beds were comfortable. Definitely better place to stay then the Virgin River. They are also pet friendly which worked out perfectly for me.

This hotel reminds me of simpler days. The hotel is a lovely traditional design that has been upgraded with modern decor. The bathroom was spotless. The pride of ownership shows in the upkeep of the room and grounds. The room was large, beds were comforable and the location is near the I-15 for easy access. Lots of amenities nearby this quiet location. Very good WiFi.

Nice rooms, quiet. No elevator to 2nd floor. Pet friendly. Fantastic breakfast! Hotel off freeway, rooms open to parking lot. Room was surprisingly quiet. Rooms were recently redone. Frig and microwave in rooms. Small pool area.

The room was clean and comfortable. Good wi-fi. The only concern with the room was that the fridge had to be levelled to mitigate the noise from its compressor; at least that helped to drown out the noise from the barking dog at 4 am. This same dog barked at anything that moved past its room at 5:45 which must have been a pleasure for those guests still in bed. Staff were very accommodating. Nice pool area with hot tub. Breakfast starts at 5:30 so you can get an early start to the day. Breakfast area is quite small so many people were eating in the lobby area. The property is an exterior corridor one so it can be a bit noisy at times.

Have stayed here a few times, in the beginning because pets are welcome, but have come to like the hotel overall. Breakfast was very good, especially as the scrambled eggs were not overcooked as is often the case with buffets. Room was clean and comfortable, the dog enjoyed it too!!

This is an excellent place to stop on your way south, restraunt near by within walking distance , clean ground level room with pool and hot tub. The weather is very pleasent after a long drive from Canada thru rain and snow.

Pet friendly and they make a large effort to put you on the ground floor when traveling with the 4 legged "kids". There is a park just a few steps away, although Nevada no longer allows for off leash AT ALL. (Stupid, whatever.) Hotel is clean, nicely maintained, conveniently located to restaurants, but a short walk to the casino's. Staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. This is our usual hotel when we travel through.

Quality of the property borders on the chintzy. Way, overpriced. Staff left in charge seems unqualified to run the place, even insofar as answering simple questions. Exterior corridors lead to noisy experience. Parking is cramped.

Large room with plenty of space to move around. Clean and comfortable. Great beds. Good variety of breakfast foods included with the cost of the room. Close to casinos.Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed a number times at Best Western in Mesquite and have had a good bed and a quiet night after travel for a couple of days. We had the breakfast and easy access to the internet. The price is reasonable and we will not hesitate to stop here again in the future.

This is the second time I stayed here. Drove an extra one and half hours in the dark to make it here. 100% smoke free rooms. Staff is very friendly. Easy access off of the interstate. Worth the extra drive in the dark to stay here.

Clean, quiet, economical. Great service. Fantastic location. Breakfast is served starting at 0530 for early risers, which was a great help during this stay. Very quiet room with great access to the best casino in town, and to most amenities and golf courses. I would highly recommend this location for business or pleasure in Mesquite.

We were returning home to California from visiting family in Boulder, CO and needed a place to spend the night along the way. We didn't want to stay in Las Vegas, so we took a chance and booked a room in Mesquite, NV. We couldn't have been more pleased. After a long, eleven hour drive, we arrived at the Best Western Mesquite. The lobby was spacious and comfortable...a great first impression. Check-in went well, although I forgot to ask for a discount before completing the paperwork. The clerk seemed a trifle annoyed at having to start over, but she made the changes quickly and efficiently. Our room was large, and quiet, especially considering we were close to the freeway. There was a king sized bed and a couch. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great! The room also had a microwave and refrigerator. The shower worked well. The room had everything needed for a good rest for weary travelers. I wish every motel we stayed in was as pleasant. Breakfast was good, too. Juice, coffee, muffins, scrambled eggs, sausage, and pancakes. Plus there was some fruit, yogurt and biscuits and gravy. It was so nice to have a complete breakfast. There was plenty of seating, too. If you need a quite, pleasant place to stay while traveling along I15, this is the place!

Understand, this is a gambling area and as such I didn't expect a whole lot. I have a walking issue and asked for a 1st floor room. I was told "they are all taken". Well, not true. Some were under remodel and not available. I late saw this. Also, there was no elevator to the second floor; stair are not fun. We had to do multiple trips to get your items to our room. The room was well used but clean. If I have to stay in Mesquite again I will look for another property.

This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel while traveling through Mesquite. The hotel is clean, quiet, and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is good and beds are cosy. The family suite worked well for my family of 5. Although it was a little cramped with the pull out bed opened up. Not really a problem as we were just starting for a night on our way through. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much

It is clean, wi-fi is excellent, location is perfect, breakfast was good. The restaurant Peggy Sues is next door, cheap fuel at Smiths. Perfect place for rest/eat and go. This is our 4-5th time, and we will be back again next year on our way to California

I have stayed with this BW in Mesquite, Nv. for over 10 years. I have been treated extremely well over the years. Misty and her staff do go out of their way to accommodate us seasoned travelers. I find the motel staff very friendly. They even know my name which surprises me. They make you feel welcome. The breakfast bar is good for a quick breakfast before heading off. The motel is also close to restaurants. I would recommend this BW Motel to anyone traveling through NV.

A nice stoping place if you are going east or west. Only complaint was the very very cheap plastic ware for breakfast. Room was big and nice having a sofa. Very quiet. Would stay there again if passing thruough Mesquite. Usually easy to get reservations.
