« Not up to standards and quite rude »

First and foremost, we was lied to about the shuttle. It does not go to Disney and simply goes to the nearest station. There was simple things that could not be done such as giving us any tea bags. After calling them the first night we was told to go down to the main reception to get some ourselves and also told there was no milk. Eventually we got milk and all was resolved. On the Friday, we arrived back from the theme parks at around 11.30 and when we asked again if we could have some teabags for the room we was told no. Not even a sorry, just an upfront no. I am not sure if it was the language barrier or not but the guy behind the desk was very rude. The room was not restocked with anything either so we did not have a cup of tea. As sad as this sounds it's a simple pleasure when away from home! Cabs have cost us nearly £100 after being promised a shuttle! The hotel rooms are clean and the beds are fine, I would avoid if staying at Disney however

    « Excellent »

We stayed here for a few days it was beautiful and the children loved the park opposite. It was a double whammy including ten mins from euro Disney.Staff's were lovely and service was excellent. We had a stroll and the garden was beautiful

    « Great Stay »

We stayed here (4 adults, 2 kids) from 23-27 July 2016. The hotel is located 2 stops away by train from the Disney parks. It is situated in a quiet and peaceful area and a lovely 12-15 minute walk into the small town, although a shuttle service is also provided by the hotel... (but we preferred the walk!) We chose to eat in one of the restaurants in the town rather than the hotel, which was much cheaper. Also there is a very good supermarket near the station where you can buy anything you need very reasonably priced (e.g. breakfast baguettes complete with filling from 2 euros each). Staff at the hotel were very helpful and pleasant, thank you for helping me try to print off our return boarding passes! Rooms were clean, however, very warm, but the fan helped keep us cool during the night. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean and tidy and plenty of clean towels provided. The garden area is large and peaceful and the pool was a lovely bonus which the children loved. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so good and enjoyable!

« Fast Sleep Services a la French »

Low cost fast sleep service. Rooms are ok, Dining Room standard, early close and limited service. Personnel is friendly, reserved and not beyond duty.. Large parking area and very standard breakfast service. Only saw business folks, had to celebrate some colleagues Birthday not really part of what we do here. Overall good for business trips but do not expect more. Cost effective.. Bien a Vous...

    « Absolutely dreadful »

Avoid this hotel! The hotel is disgusting! Stains on carpet and in bath/toilet and the added extras of bogeys on the walls. Stayed for a week and the bedding wasn't changed at all which also had stains on. Dead insects covering the window. Given 1 tea bag a day with no sugar, no filter on the kettle and dirty mugs. Hotel doesn't provide a personal safe in the rooms meaning staff could easily help themselves and unfortunely that seemed to be the case when we noticed money had vanished. Rooms had no aircon and in the middle of July it got very stuffy. Not quite sure how this hotel is classed as 4* overpriced and very outdated.

« Girl Scouts visit Paris »

Our stay was so short here... we were on a tour bus and it seemed to take forever to get there. no negative incidents even though we had 50 in our group. no complaints about the wifi. no memories of breakfast food.

    « Loved this place »

There was something about this place that I really liked. Nice swimming pool although it was quite deep for young kids. There was a nice space outside where we could sit to relax and watch the kids play and run around. Really peaceful. We had breakfast here, no complaints. Shared room with other half and three kids. Very nice. Used the shuttle to train station but we also walked a few times, it wasn't that far. Ate near train station at the lovely patisserie, at the Chinese and the Turkish place Topkapi - all good. Supermarket near the station too. Handy for Disney but we stayed here before leaving for Disney.

    « Perfect for Disney »

We stayed here for 4 nights and we're very happy with our stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially when it came to giving directions and advice on transportation to and from the hotel. Disney is 10minutes away on the metro and paris city centre only 45minutes-both are easy to get too! We would stay here again if visiting Paris. Area is quiet and very rural so no traffic or 'big city problems'.

« One of the worst 4**** hotels you will ever experience »

We booked this through a internet site that hid the hotel because that is the only way we would of stayed here. Very sad state of hotel and looks like it's ready to close its doors any day. Rooms have no temperature control, restaurant hardly ever open and looks in disrepair we will not risk eating there.

    « parfait »

stayed there as a kid in 1994, nice room, breakfast adequate, golf course, good servise, near disneyland, away from city center, would not reccommend for couples, only for famikies with kids, had a lovely 9 day stay though

    « Hot room »

We stayed for one night as we were going Disney then on to Spain. The room was spotless with tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom had plenty of towels. The room was so hot with just a fan to cool us down and windows open. Plenty of choice for Breakfast and the staff were always filling up. There was a pool and if had been staying longer would of made use of it. Would I stay here again yes I would

    « Family Friendly Hotel »

We made a family trip to Disneyland Paris. We are a family of four, have one small child and a baby. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, very quiet at night. The room was very comfortable. The hotel is not far away from Disneyland (10 minutes driving by car). What motivated me to write this review is that we needed to sterilize the bottles for our baby every day. We took some special bags that needed to be heated in the microwave. There is no microwave in the room, only at the kitchen from the restaurant. We only had to ask the first time/day. The following days, the attendant at the restuarant came to our table and took the bag with the bottles to be sterilized. Her attention/service to help us with de bottles, made our stay even more comfortable!

    « One night stay. »

Stayed for one night as apart of our Siesta holiday before our day in Disneyland Paris the following day. The room was clean and tidy, there was a kettle with mugs, tea and coffee. The bathroom was spotless and there were plenty of towels provided, however the free WiFi was very slow and I eventually gave up trying to use it as we stayed in August it was very hot during the night and the only form of air conditioning was a stand-alone oscillating fan which didn't really do much in a way of cooling the room down. I found that you could also change the language on the TV from French to English which I found to be useful. We had breakfast at the hotel which is a buffet service with hot and cold options, the staff which I spoke to were all friendly and approachable, they all spoke both French and English which again was very helpful. All in all a great value hotel and we were go back if we were staying in the area again.

    « Ups and Downs »

First off, you really can't beat the location. It's two short train stops to Disneyland Paris. The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the Bussy St Georges stop every 30mins till 8pm local time. Although walking is only about 15 mins to the stop, the shuttle was very convenient! Parking at the hotel is free and so is the wifi. Also a major perks! The morning hotel staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. I was helped with purchasing my Disney tickets over the phone for the next day from a very helpful and awesome staff member. Thank you! The night staff on the other hand, were the complete opposite in every aspect. Upon arrival late in the evening our first night, we had asked about dinner options within walking distance and if a restaurant in particular would be open. Each staff member that night passed us off to the other and after about 10 mins of expressing they couldn't be bothered with our issue, they assured us it would be open still. It most definitely was not. The second night I inquired about a fan/ventilator as the room was sweltering even with windows open. I hadn't known there was supposed to be one until I saw my friend's room had one and I read in the guest book showing each room should have one. Mine did not. I was told that despite what the book said, not all rooms come with a fan. It was a good 90 degrees+ during the days we stayed. So that was a bit more than uncomfortable for sleeping. The third and final night we stayed we ended up staying out later and the trains were no longer running. After two separate calls to the hotel asking for help with taxi options and phone numbers we were frustrated completely with the night staff. We basically got a "good luck" from them. Horrible. The room was sufficiently clean. I did notice a slight mildew smell in the bathroom after the second night. But nothing major. The only rather odd thing I would add is on checkout day, before I turned in my key and "officially" checked out, I was loading my bags into my car and went back to my room for a final walkthrough making sure I had everything. The cleaning staff were already gutting my room and setting it up for a new guest and assured me nothing was left in there. I pushed passed anyway just to double check for my own sake and she giggled at me. I thought it was odd. I had another complete hour before the end of checkout time, key still in hand.. Nothing was missing thankfully. But I could tell she really didn't want me going in there. Overall, for the price and location (not too far from a police station and of course close to Disney), I think it was worth it to save money. But expect the night staff to treat you like you're a bother with ANY question you ask. Save you questions for the day staff! ALSO if you book and pay online in advance.. the city tax is NOT included. And you will need to pay upon checkout of the hotel! Their breakfast buffet and lunch/dinner restaurant options are expensive.. save your money and walk or take the shuttle to the train station.. many more options around there for meals!

    « Pleasantly Surprised »

My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights, we chose the hotel because it is only 2 stops from Disney which we wanted to visit. The Hotel was spotless, the staff were excellent, helpful and pleasant, the location was ideal for Disney, we had a full day at Disney without the high price tag that the resort hotels incur. We spent a day at the hotel using the facilities, Tennis courts, Table tennis, and the Swimming pool, all were perfectly adequate, and wifi was perfectly good enough to Skype back home. Bussy St Georges itself is a good location for Disney, with plenty of facilities, though it is useful to note that most Restaurants do not open until 6.30pm. I would definitely recommend this hotel as an excellent choice for a trip to Disney on a limited budget.

rooms was good. staff was good. tv only had 1 English channel - bbc, nothing for kids to watch in English. limited shuttle service - only runs until 5pm on fri, sat, sunday and 8pm on other days so have to walk after that - 15 mins walk to hotel from train station. no taxi around. so if its raining - the walk is even more difficult especially with children. hotel is NOT in marne la valle, but in bussy st george. you have to take the train to Disneyland - two stops! fridge barely works in the room.
