Nice hotel and area, good breakfast. Was recognized as a rewards member with nice gift bag. It snowed while I was there and maintenance man cleaned all cars in parking lot! So nice since I had a rental car.

Staff friendly, yet professional. Rooms quite and clean even through it was busy, beds comfortable, like choice of your pillows on the bed. Normal motel breakfast. Attendant at breakfast kept items stocked.

I have received the best customer service during my 5 days stay: the front desk was very knowledgeble, went out of their way helping a grandma-to-be with even filling out right a Lyft reservation. They always smiled, making me so welcomed. The rest of the hotel had everything one needed and was very clean. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with this hotel. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Our room and bathroom were both clean. The complimentary breakfast was fair. Some hot food, cold cereals, yogurt, and fruit. The best part of this hotel was its proximity to Boulder. Just a short drive! We would stay here again.

Louisville CO has a great smaller hotel with a homey feel in the Best Western. We have stayed here many times and rooms are always clean as are other parts of the hotel. Nice friendly staff. Would certainly recommend!

Very clean, great staff, fresh breakfast. The food offered was a nice assortment of healthy, and just good old stick to you ribs food. I will stay here again anytime I get a chance. You'll enjoy your stay.

So happy we stayed here. We were attending an event at the University, but everything in Boulder was sold out or very expensive. Found this hotel and was so very glad we did. Room was clean. My son used the pool and spa. Our dog was welcome. Staff were all very nice. Overall, just a nice and peaceful stay. Will definitely stay there again.

Great hotel but from staying the 2 nights, looks like it is slipping a little in the cleanliness department. The outdoor hot tub did not seem to have the freshest water or well sealed cracks around the blocks it is constructed of.

Very clean and comfortable hotel a few minutes drive outside Boulder near several walkable eateries. Has a cute outdoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was ample with soymilk available and some fresh fruits. Filtered water, coffee, tea and hot cocoa were available 24 hours.

This was my first stay at a Best Western and it was nice. It was like a La Quinta but way better. It was clean the breakfast was cooked on site not warmed in a microwave. The people were so nice. The extending our stay was easy and quick. It did not smell and it was dog friendly. It was a very nice stay. The shower was good water pressure was hard enough.

We recently rode our motorcycles in the Rocky Mountains/Boulder and Golden areas. This was a perfect home base location just south of Boulder. The hotel was clean, provided good breakfast, and the staff members were awesome. Compliments to Mark and Lize at the front desk and Leslie in the breakfast area. They were all friendly and helpful for local recommendations. The location is in a safe area along with many restaurant options. I would certainly return to this hotel if traveling in this area again.

Hotel smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was ok, the attendant was very nice and kept it clean. Room was tiny and outdated. Pool was tiny and I don't think they bothered to skim it for leaves and bugs ever. Hot tub was nice and warm. Location was decent. Won't ever stay here again and it turned me off to other Best Westerns as well.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel is in good quality. They care about their guests and the hotel here. They offer a good breakfast, a clean pool area, and cookies that are good in the evening. The fitness center is also well maintained.

We had a wonderful stay, while short at your hotel. All staff were extremely pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. The service was great, the breakfast was amazing definitely not a traditional continental breakfast. The entire hotel was very clean

This is always our first choice when staying in the area. The location is great for quick runs into Boulder, with many options for restaurants. The hotel is always clean and well maintained. I really appreciate the access to safe trails for walking my dog and going for a run.

I usually come up to Boulder for work once a month. My husband and I do a monthly get away. We were staying somewhere else but quality wasn't good . Everything is better. Walkable grocery store and restaurant. We will return.

We have family nearby in Lafayette and of all the Dillon Road hotels in Louisville, we always come back to this Best Western. Awesome staff, best lobby coffee EVER, wonderful breakfast room attendant with huge variety of food. Love the Keurig coffee maker in the room. Speedy WIFI, comfortable beds, lots of TV channels, good water pressure in the shower, and the list goes on. Everything you want at a great price.

Clean room, and very friendly and accommodating staff! We've stayed here a couple of times and have had a great stay each time. Breakfast is greasy and updated quickly. We'll stay here every time we stay in Boulder!

Whenever we have come to Boulder to visit our son, we have stayed downtown. Never again after staying at the Best Western! It was very clean and the staff was so amazingly friendly! If you get a chance to stay, hopefully you will get to have a conversation with Linda at breakfast. She was the best hostest!

Son and I arrived for a Homecoming Weekend. Excellent stay. Greeted warmly upon arrival. Clean, quiet room, friendly staff, and a filling egg breakfast. Easy parking. Everything was perfect for our visit.

Dirty mens shorts in closet, no maid service for 3 nights, and best of all-the toilet stopped up and the desk clerk gave me a plunger to fix it. They claim Covid concerns for no staff but you can have a good free breakfast all together . What staff they have were good.

From Greeting at check-in to complimentary breakfast and check-out this is a nice CLEAN hotel. Fast wifi and well maintained pool and spa. Rooms with views and really nice machines in fitness center. NO pet or smoke odor in any common areas. Friendly employees...!

This was literally a last minute booking as we decided a day of activities had worn us out. Mark at front desk was very accommodating and gave us a great room on the 2nd floor. There is a convenient elevator near the front desk. The room was comfortable, the mattress was great and the entire experience was top notch. Great muffins at breakfast the next morning.

Our trip to Boulder Colorado started off at this Best Western until our Air BB was ready. It was a relaxing stay with a nice pool and hot tub outside. The only drawback would be the room size. It was a little tight for four people with luggages. The staff was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice Hotel, great location between Boulder and Broomfield. After spending 13 hrs in a car we were happy to get to our room and collapse. Was pleasantly surprised by my goodie bag when I checked in for being a Rewards member. Staff was attentive our entire stay. Our room was clean and we enjoyed the hot breakfast. When we have to come into town again, will definitely consider staying again.

and returned a few days ago. In between, a wretched fire occurred in the surrounding area and to the edges of this property. The owners not only took good care of the staff during the recovery time, they restored (smoke) and upgraded the property. A fine place to stay and reasonably priced.

Another very clean Best Western. Comfy beds, convenient location, quiet, and 10 minutes from downtown Boulder. It is in a nice area near shopping. Staff was welcoming. It has the usual breakfast BW serves.

Stayed here to visit the following day with an old friend. Extremely clean, well kept, FULL BREAKFAST with many, many selections. Free bottled water in cooler in lobby as well as coffee at all times. Wonderful location, quiet, nearby eating establishments. Excellent to fly into DEN on a late night flight to refresh & begin a journey the following morning.

This was a college visit with my daughter. It was a decent hotel, but the rate we received was much higher than should be for the area and the average rates....Unfortunately, it was the ONLY option left at the time of booking, due to parents weekend and CU-Boulder

We had a fine and full trip to the Southwest. Heading home, saw friends, and ready to sleep before leaving early in the morning. Clean, comfortable, well maintained, and quiet. We slept well, had some breakfast and hit the road.

it took me a day or two to realize that there was no daily housekeeping. the hotel supplied enough towels. and the bed not being made is not a problem. the hotel location and the fact they allow dogs was the reason I selected to stay at this hotel. I always felt safe walking my dog at night there. and the corporate park was quite, when walking in the mornings. the staff was always pleasant and helpful. maybe having more trash bags in the rooms would be helpful for the guests.

We had KNS suite #227 for 5-nights. The clean, fresh suite consisted of a sitting area with desk, couch, TV on drawer unit and sleeping area with bed, TV on drawer unit, and easy chair. Also was a micro fridge and microwave. Shower had good pressure and drainage. Bed was firm and comfortable. With COVID, towels were provided on request. Staff were helpful and friendly offering free water bottles available in a cooler. Breakfast buffet included pancake machine, hot items, as well as basic breakfast fare. I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is very conveniently located near a major highway between Denver and Boulder with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Area is good and safe. Rooms were nice and clean. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. Breakfast was very limited though. Overall, great experience.

This hotel was honestly perfect for our needs! Really clean, and nice that they allow pets since we had a cat with us for a couple nights of the stay (the rooms also didn't seem to have any kind of lingering pet smell). Consistent 10 minute drive into Boulder with amazing views. Many thanks to Mark for letting us stay in the same room through two contiguous reservations we had booked. Every interaction we had with staff was pleasant. Rooms were well-appointed with a nice mini fridge, desk, plenty of outlets / charge ports, reliable wifi, and a good shower. The breakfast had clearly been scaled down due to COVID precautions, and we appreciated the care shown for public health. If the fresh pancakes and bagged snacks are not enough to get your day started, Paul's Coffee & Tea is a short walk or drive away and has good local roasts and panini-press breakfast burritos, and also good COVID protocols. (The coffee is also stronger there than at the hotel -- if you need a strong brew, the hotel coffee is unlikely to cut it for you.) The hotel is also walking distance from a Safeway grocery store and a few chain restaurants. I'm guessing many people who stay here are spending their time in or near Boulder, where there are more options. The area felt safe, and seems to be mostly strip malls. I wish the windows opened more (they only slide a few inches) but it's hard to find much to complain about here. This hotel does the basics quite well. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again or recommend it to others.

When I booked this hotel, I had some concerns. The price was very reasonable, but the hotel was outside of Boulder. Would travel into Boulder be difficult? Would the rooms be clean? What about amenities and quality of service? I needn't have worried. Boulder is easily accessible. The staff was courteous and attentive. This was a great visit for the best price I found in the area. So far the best stop on our trip West.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff very friendly. A memorable stay in a beautiful little town, right at the entrance of the Rocky Mountains National Park, and close to ski resorts... There are quite a few dining places in the town, worth exploring.

The front desk lady made our day. Check in was easy and when we checked out she remember us. Didn't even need to tell her our room number. The room was awesome. We stayed in a king suit and will definitely stay here again. Didn't know they had such nice beds and rooms. Only down fall was no drink with breakfast but if that's what I find to complain about I'd say it was pretty amazing.

Everything about our stay was in the range of very good to excellent - great level of consistency of staff performance and cleanliness/efficiency of operation. The only area which was a bit lacking (but still acceptable) was the cold breakfast in a bag to go - a result of Covid-related restrictions and limitations.

Most of the staff were excellent, the rest fine. (I happened to interact with two female staff, all excellent, and 1-2 male staff, one excellent, one not very efficient.). Good value. Only complaint was that cigarette smoke would occasionally make it into my room and in the halls.

It was a comfortable stay and they addressed all my issues. The breakfast could of had more variety, but overall service was cool. Besides that I would recommend best Western for friends and family as well.

Overall the hotel was priced better than others in the area. It was not as clean as it should have been but not terrible either. 'Box' where toilet paper is mounted was not cleaned, neither was back of TV, but otherwise it was okay and comfortable though the room seemed a bit smaller than other rooms I've stayed in. The young lady who was the on duty manager was friendly and helpful with the small issue I ran into with the TV. Overall the hotel and room were reasonably clean, friendly staff, reasonably priced and I would stay here again, and probably will in a few days.

Our room had a smoke alarm that was hanging down by its wires. When we told the front desk they did not seem to care. They could have at least sent someone to look at it since we stayed 2 nights. The breakfast was very disappointing. All I was given was a piece of fruit, a sticky bun and a granola bar. The fruit was of poor quality. I got a mealy apple one day and an unripe banana the next day. The sticky bun was horribly sweet. The nutrigrain bar was the only halfway good thing to eat. I realize that things are most limited due to COVID, but this was the worst breakfast of the 5 hotels we stayed in on our trip.

Nice room, nothing great but has a nice atmosphere. Breakfast bags offered at this time were sparse! The AC was welcome and not too loud. Fairly quiet place at this time and not at a loud highway intersection.

Pros: Amenities (refrigerator, microwave, coffemaker) were high quality. Rooms were spacious. Many outlets for laptop and phone. Parking was easy. Location was safe and close to stores and restaurants. Cons: None come to mind

Staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. Our room was large, clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was great: sausage links, breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, hb eggs, yogurt, cereal, bagels and pastries.

Being there for a funeral, the church pastor sent us there because it was cheaper than in Boulder. We ended up needing an extra room and they were so accommodating. The staff was awesome & empathetic. The 1st night they knew how tired we were from our long trip and told us the best place to get a pizza delivered from. Breakfast was great they even had real bacon and fresh cut fruit. The best part was they had a fridge with bottled water available 24/7 & cookies every night. The last day, after asking. they gave us a grab and go bag with water and snacks for the road home. I found them to be the best staff of any place we have stayed. Our only regret was it was an outside pool and snowing lol. We could have used that after what we went thru

In the heart of town, I wouldn't have expected this little BW to be such a treat! The price was right and the place was clean and well kept. Just 2 floors, easy access to rooms. Fresh hot breakfast every morning. Coffee bottled waters and fruit avail all day long. Front desk staff cheerful and friendly no matter the time of day.

Room, lobby and halls were clean. Breakfast included eggs, meat, potatoes, breads, bagels, pastry, juice, yogurt & cereals. Coffee, tea, cocoa available 24/7 and sometimes cookies and fruit. Used the treadmill in the exercise room. A good value.

We visit this area several times annually and need a "home away from home". I'm ready to settle into this hotel repeatedly. 6. Not far from Boulder and was easy enough getting into Denver. With all the new highways it was easy to get around. Good quiet location with good eateries nearby. Average breakfast. Staff was very accommodating. Coffee, tea and cold bottled water was available 24/7 in the lobby.

I recently stayed here for two nights while passing through town on a business trip. It was my third week staying in hotels so I'm up to speed on the pros and cons of hotel living. First, the good things: I managed to get a free upgrade due to my Expedia/orbitz status, which was very much appreciated. The room was a suite, I believe. Had a great workspace, walk out patio, incredibly comfortable bed, and awesome pillows (which can be remarkably hard to find, as more often than not, hotel pillows feel like they are stuffed with cotton marbles and squishy gravel. Horrible, mostly). So, the bed and pillows were great. Room was spacious and functional. Keurig coffee maker in the room (also appreciated!). I received a breakfast voucher for the following morning (not sure if breakfast is free ?, or I just scored a complimentary voucher). But, assuming it's free, it was definitely one of the better breakfasts offered for hotels in this class. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The downsides of this hotel: The entire East Wing smelled like weed for the entirety of my stay. Yes, weed is legal in CO, but, it's surprising to smell it indoors, at least in my experience in other CO venues and hotels.It was a lingering, poor air circulation/venting, accumulated party smell. A little overwhelming if you're not into that old musty marijuana stank. And, the walls are unfortunately very very thin. Heard a wild dog barking down the hall, the neighbors tv, footsteps from the room above, and voices in the hallway all night. Bummer. The second night I asked to swap rooms due to the noise (I'm not a light sleeper, but ambient TV and the louder than usual noise transference) was rough. Fortunately the front desk staff was more than accommodating and understanding, and swapped me into a quieter wing, on the second floor. And I lucked out with no late night tv watching neighbors. Overall, the hotel is a great option for a budget hotel in Boulder (not an easy find in the very expensive Boulder bubble). Free open aired parking. Good location close to hwy 36 / Baseline / 28th street for driving, public transit, or Lyft/ubers/bike riding in warmer weather. It's not the most walkable location, but let's be real, very few places in Colorado actually are. I really appreciated the staff, and definitely would stay here again, though would be sure to request a 2nd floor at the end of the hall, ahead of time.

Excellent location. Restaurants, stores, banks, all in walkable distance in a very nice neighborhood 25 minutes outside of downtown Boulder. The room was great; clean, good bed, fast WIFI with a larger refrigerator with freezer compartment. A full breakfast was provided. The hotel Is pet friendly. There is a pool on site. Only 20 minutes to Celestial Seasonings, where you can take a free tour and sample teas. Will stay again if in the area.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the suite (which has 2 TV's, one in the living area and one in the bedroom) and were very satisfied. Our room was bright and clean, the king bed was comfy and everything was in good working order. The free breakfast had something for everyone and was tasty. This hotel is exceptional, especially for the cost.

One of best places we stayed on our cross country trip. The breakfast was excellent and the cookies and bottles water were a added bonus. The staff was fantastic and I will definitely be looking for more Best Western to stay at in the future

Visited this hotel on business after making a last minute reservation. Staff was friendly, room was neat and clean. Bed was very comfortable, room was a King suite as such it was pretty large and including a living room area.

The room was clean. The bed comfortable as are most BW. The staff was nice. The breakfast was ok. There was not as much variety as other BW, but what they has was good. We would stay again if we were in the area.

The hotel was perfect the location to visit both Rocky Mountain NP, Boulder and Red Rocks. The service, room, breakfast and location were great! If back in the area would stay there again in a heartbeat.

If you are staying near Boulder these days you know it has gotten considerably more crowded, I'm guessing by about a half million newcomers in the past 5-10 years. Louisville is close by, and offers a lot in shopping and restaurant choices, making it a good "base camp". I was pleasantly surprised at the overall, comfort, cost and amenities that I found at the Best Western. The hotel is kept very clean, rooms are nice, beds are great, free breakfast is very good. I learned that All BW's are now privately owned and operated. Owner Pete Hawkins, and his staff, do a great job and have earned my business and recommendation. And no, I am not related in any way.

Overall decent stay, front desk had an informative and caring young woman who gave us advice and our dog some treats. Breakfast was disappointing only thing i could eat hot daily was Eggs cause i care less bout bacon. Honey rolls and donuts meh.

Checked in on 07/04/2019, Rates were: $179.10,and had been raised from the previous Night 07/03/2019, and the the next night 07/05/19.was raising to: $375.00! How do Parents afford during Tournaments?

We decided to stay near Boulder for a few days while in Denver for soccer. The hotels location was perfect! Very convenient. The staff were very helpful and there was complimentary bottles of water all day at the front desk. Our kids enjoyed the pool even though it was small. The rooms were older but were great for the price.

Clean Hotel Staff was friendly and accommodating Breakfast available until 9:30 am. Relatively close to Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park. Great halfway point between Denver and Rocky Mountains. Highly recommend!

This is the BEST, Best Western I've had the pleasure to visit. The entire staff is truly focused on customer service. Guests are made to feel at home at all times. Pete, the hotel manager is hands-on and available to the guests.

First time staying at this location and it was the perfect weekend. The room was clean and up-to-date. We asked for a crib and it was already in the room when we checked in. Staff friendly and understanding of our needs. Breakfast was typical but good. Good restaurants in walking distance along with Kohls and Target for shopping! Good location for this out of town guest.

In our last trip to Colorado we stayed two days in B&W Plus Louisville. It had a very good price/benefit relation and everything worked very well there. Clearly management drives everything properly! And the person in charge of the breakfast is very focused on hosting. Thanks

We usually stay here when in the area. The area seems to be safe for early and late potty breaks with the dog. The trail access is also great. The rooms are always clean and well maintained. The front desk staff is always very friendly and helpful.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and each time I have been impressed with the friendly, thoughtful staff and clean and quiet rooms, Their breakfast has a wide variety of items sure to please the whole family, including two kinds of Belgian waffles with strawberries and whipped cream (my personal favorite). The available hours of breakfast should please both the early birds and late risers, and the later people don't have to worry about running out of the best items. I really appreciate the fridge and microwave in the room as well Their location between Boulder and Denver was very convenient to Route 36, and it was quick and easy to get anywhere I wanted to go in the car. There are many dinner options within walking or short driving distance, as well as malls and grocery stores and department stores, in case you need something while you are there. It is a very safe, well-lit neighborhood and I had no problems walking anywhere, even at night. Louisville is a charming town with several parks and an arboretum if you feel like getting a little exercise. The only thing I missed was a hot tub, especially after skiing or hiking all day. I have not tried the pool yet. I've already booked my husband and son to stay there again next month, knowing that it is among the least expensive options despite all of its advantages. Way to go, Best Western!

We return home once every two years and tried to stay a different hotel, the Best Western Plus exceeded our expectation, from service point of view, breakfast selection and the cleanliness. Very convenience location and conformable room to stay!

With 4 or 5 larger hotels within a couple blocks of each other, this property did not take a back seat to any of them and at more reasonable price. Had a great bed and super clean room. And even though the breakfast was the same every morning, it was well- prepared and started us off on a refreshing note each morning. My only suggestions for an even better experience would be if the front desk staff had more information available to them concerning local transportation options and car rental services.

Our check-in was a model for what they should be but seldom are. Welcoming, informative, hospitable, prompt, etc. The room was clean and better than we expected and the complimentary breakfast was better than 90% of what we have experienced even in more highly rated and costly hotels. Convenient location and very reasonably priced.

Check-in was easy and staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was well appointed with many USB ports and outlets. There was also an abundance of lights, which isn't always the case in many rooms. The breakfast buffet included many options and the bakery items were very fresh.

Our family had an extended 40 day stay due to relocation to Colorado. Very clean and spacious rooms with comfy beds. Great breakfast with a great variety to accommodate dietary needs. Free bottled water and fresh bakes cookies every night. Laundry room which was great for our stay. The best part was the amazing staff. Pete( manager) and Stephanie( front desk supervisor) were absolutely amazing. They truly care about every guest that stays at the hotel no matter if it's a short or extended stay. The entire front desk staff were professional but truly go the extra mile to make your stay the best experience. The housekeeping, maintenance and the entire staff were wonderful too. They do a fantastic job and were always kind and greet you every day and will go above and beyond to help with whatever you need. We've had many moves like this during the last 20 years in the military that required extended hotel stays and this experience by far exceeded all of the others.

We came here for a family emergency and were welcomed from the start. The staff was friendly and greeted us with a smile each time we walked by. The breakfast area was always well stocked with good cooked food. Our room was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We would most definitely stay here again.

Booked on short notice and ended up leaving early, but all staff was very friendly and willing to engage in conversation. Facility was very clean and easy to navigate. Would definitely stay again if I came back to the area.

My husband and I went on our first trip to Colorado and stayed here for 4 days/3 nights. This is about 15 minute drive to Boulder and right off the freeway so the access to and from is pretty easy. There are restaurants nearby and the breakfast food is good. I like that they have a small fridge at the end of the front desk full of bottled water that is for free. We each grabbed one bottle per day we were there. There is also a bowl of fruits right across that is also for free. I think I grabbed one apple from there one of the days we missed the breakfast hour. That was really nice. Our was nice and clean. Water pressure was good. The bed was comfortable. I also liked that there is a laundry room. We did a lot of hiking so it was nice to be able to throw our dirty clothes in the washer and dryer while we relax the rest of the day. The laundry room is on the second floor and so were we, so it was convenient to check back on it every half hour or so. The staff was great! Everyone was friendly and greeted us with a smile each time we came across one. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends. It is kind of midway between Boulder and Denver. And the rate is significantly lower than hotels in Boulder. Thank you for the pleasant stay! Keep up the great work.

I stay here every year since it isn't too far from Boulder and Eldorado Ski Resort. This establishment is always clean and in proper working order. This visit was no exception. Although I only have coffee and orange juice the breakfast has a variety of foods to enjoy. In short, from the high speed internet to the clean rooms you can't go wrong when you stay here.

everything about this hotel is super nice, from the friendly people at the desk to the clean comfortable rooms to the breakfast buffet which is very complete and runs late - 10/10 would definitely stay again - WELL WORTH the short drive out from downtown to get an excellent rate at a nice more suburban hotel

We stay at this hotel every year at Christmas. Our son and his family live close by and it is easy to get around quickly with them. It is close to restaurants and other things to do. Service is good and breakfast has everything you would want. Very reasonably priced.

We were visiting family in Louisville for a week and stayed at Best Western Plus. They had a very comfortable room for us to use. As we were checking in there were cookies and a water bottle for us to enjoy. There was also coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Their hotel was well cared for, clean and comfortable. They had a wide variety of options for breakfast. They staff always had a smile and was ready to help any way they could. One morning a senior guest has having a hard time getting around with her walker. A staff member immediately offer to help her and even got her breakfast for her. Impressive!

I was in town to visit relatives for Thanksgiving and chose the Best Western in Louisville because of the great rate and location. It's right across from a Kohl's and a McDonalds, close to other restaurants, near a Safeway, and just a block from US 36. The room had a comfy bed, big TV with good reception, nice shower/tub combo, a microwave, and a fridge. The room was smoke-free and did not smell like smoke or strong cleaner. Complimentary bottled water and cookies were available at the check-in! The breakfast was also great: waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, eggs, home fries, sausage/bacon, fresh fruit, pastries (including an amazing cheese danish!), toast/bagels, juice, and coffee. The only negative of my stay was the temperature of the room. It was warm when I visited (even though it was November), and I struggled to get the room cool enough for how I like to sleep. At one point, I just opened the window. But the heater worked well, and there was a constant fan option. I will stay here again!

We've stayed here several times over the past few years, and keep coming back. This hotel is always clean and comfortable. I like this area, especially traveling with my dog. There are nearly trails for walking and running, and the area appears to be safe for late night/early morning potty breaks. There is also a variety of restaurants in the area, and just about 10 minutes to get into Boulder.

We were visiting kids and booked this BW because was very close to them. What a great stay! Front desk staff were very courteous and friendly. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. They had complimentary water, coffee and tea 24hrs. How sweet was that. Fresh cookies in evening were put out! Free breakfast had everything needed to start your day out right. Area is beautiful! Will definitely be our place to stay when visiting the kids!

This motel in Louisville had friendly staff, free bottled water, free newspaper, fitness center, free computer access, and business computer, cookies at 6PM and a great free breakfast! The breakfast includes yogurt, waffles, eggs, donuts and cereal to name a few! I checked prices on several hotels in the area and this one seemed to offer the best value. If we ever return to the area we would definitely stay there.

we decided to take a trip last minute. found a deal -good price . I had a wonderful stay drove all night. Got in early and Will the young man at the desk was so kind and professional and checked us right in, fast made sure we'd have all we needed, even breakfast OMG great. the room was clean smelled wonderful. we were able to have some breakfast, again wonderful. a wonderful hot breakfast and so many choices. then a nap Oh the beds, really enjoyed the beds. everyday everyone was kind friendly professional , looked after us ,,,,just perfect. The hotel itself and the grounds were clean smelled good , well kept and comfortable, from the rooms to lobby newspaper everyday, a couch and reading nook a few books about to enjoy. large screen TV to catch the weather each day, or just keep up with the events of the world. the weather slowed our outdoor plans and Stephanie at desk came to the rescue with great suggestions and recommendations for in town and I absolutely enjoyed having someone to take a moment to chat. I used to travel for work and every motel hotel had pluses and minuses, but bwplouisville never let me down and yes there were lots of pluses. I am already thinking about next year and a return trip.

I flew into Denver, picked up my rental car, and headed for my motel to get ready for the next day's great adventure: Traversing the Trail Ridge Road in Rocky Mountain NP. But what motel? It was not hard to rule out Denver and Boulder (too expensive and congested). The Estes Park properties were ridiculously expensive (partly because I was there in high season and on the weekend). So, what to do? Stay at the Best Western Plus! It was a great solution. Comfortable facility, reasonable price, easy parking, well-trained and exceptionally courteous staff, good location for dining and access to major highways, and fairly close to RMNP. This motel met all my needs. Highly recommended!

We stayed here last December and again this month, September, but this time we had our dog with us. When I called to reserve the day before, I received the most wonderful welcome both on the phone and then again at check-in, from Stephanie at the front desk. Sometimes, when traveling with a dog, we feel uncomfortable, but Stephanie had the opposite impact. She even told us about two local dog parks and printed maps for getting there. There is ample space to walk your dog behind the hotel as well. The room is clean and nice, well appointed and the bed is super comfortable. Last time we had a spacious King room, this time a spacious 2-queen. Breakfast was good. I am gluten free, so I bring my own bread to toast. I bring my own creamer as I am also dairy free. But the eggs and sausage were the best I have had in a buffet style free hotel breakfast. We appreciated the welcome bag at check in and the free bottles of water. The hotel is convenient to restaurants, movie theaters, and shopping. Easy on-off highway, but no highway noise in the room. Good sized frig, micro etc.

We stayed at another BWP hotel in Ft. Morgan, Colorado for a family emergency, we decided to stay closer to our daughter for the last night in town. I chose this hotel because we had a fantastic experience in Ft. Morgan. The front desk clerk was very nice, however, this hotel could use a major updating, they should go look at what is being done elsewhere. The bathroom amenities are very limited here, we had to find the hair dryer in the closet(not in the bathroom). Our room was facing the pool and there were children in the pool screaming at 9:30 at night. We needed to be up and headed to the airport in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel for more than a one night stay.

The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet and clean. The hotel location is near the freeway but there is no noise. It is close to the central Boulder area and easy to get to and from the freeway. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

I had a solo trip planned in 3 states including Colorado. Hitting as many National Parks as I could. Wanted to spend time in Boulder and Rocky Mountain National Park. I did this by checking out maps and proximity. It's actually not as close as I tnoujgbt. 20 minutes from Downtown Boulder and and hour from Estes Park ( the town right next to Rocky Mountain NP) No question. It's an ice hotel. Clean rooms nice amenities .. but just a little far and pricier than I wanted. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful telling me all the good things and places. Just a little far for me

Absolutely the best value for your money. The room was great and the beds were great. The staff were courteous,friendly and very helpful. Very conveniet for our activities in Boulder and saved lots of money by staying here rather than Boulder facilities. Breakfast is the best I have ever experienced in a motel setting. Highly recommend this facility.

Best Western is the best value out there. Excellent beds and Excellent breakfasts. All the employees are very customer service oriented. I have stayed I have stayed in this hotel several times. I have never been disappointed with their great service.

We stayed here while moving in my son to CU Boulder. It was a short trip from Louisville to Boulder by car. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean with very comfortable queen beds. The hot tub was luke warm and the pool had bugs in it. When I complained, the hot tub was still luke warm the next day. The breakfast was very good. The washer and dryer available to guests was a big plus.

Ridiculously high prices at the Marriott Courtyards in Boulder and Louisville caused me to switch to Best Western. I got all the services I need for a fraction of the price. Plus, if you are traveling on leisure , your dog can stay for free. Marriott Charges. I liked the complementary bottles of chilled water available all day long , free breakfast, quite rooms and no charge for pets!

Location, customer service, and breakfast was great. I would strongly recommend this hotel. The hotel is in a nicely spaced business park around other hotels, restaurant, movie theater and shopping. You can conveniently walk, jog, and bike around the neighborhood with easy access to a trail.

This was our first stay at a Best Western and we were pleased. The breakfast buffet was a plus. Other than a musty smell in our room (which mostly dissipated once the air ran) our stay was perfect. The hotel staff were always helpful and courteous. We will definitely stay at a Best Western again.

This Best Western needs a complete remodel. The building and the furniture are very outdated. They did get new beds which were very comfortable. That was the best part of the stay. It was dark, a little musty and just felt old. There are other hotels in the same area that are much nicer and the same price or less.

the room was clean and the bed comfortable. the breakfast was great and the staff helpful as well as polite. we would stay again if ever in the area but being from NC we can only recommend it for others just passing through.

My family stayed here 3 nights. We requested a mountain view room and were not disappointed. The room was clean and comfortable. Will, the evening manager was great! Fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and free water bottles were a nice end to busy day of hiking. The breakfast was excellent and had many choices. Nice pool/hot tub area to gather in the evenings. Close to and easy access to both Boulder and Denver. No pets? No problem...all the pet owners were very respectful to other guests. We will stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here 2 nights. The staff and manager made our stay feel as if though we were at home and set of at a motel. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff kept a room very neat and clean for our 2 day stay. The breakfast was very good serving hot eggs potatoes bacon And many other sides to choose from. The beds are very soft and comfortable not stiff and hard. The motel is located near a large variety of dining experiences. It also was an easy commute to the Denver zoo, the Butterfly Pavilion, and access to the rocky mountains through Boulder Canyon.

Decent room, excellent breakfast, plenty parking and free of charge, room and a/c unit a little noisy. If the sound insulation would be a little better and the a/c units would be replaced with a central split level unit that doesn't wake you up every time it noisily turns on, this hotel would score excellent overall.

The best place in Colorado when traveling with our dogs. Best Western allows participation in its rewards program even when booking through 3rd party. We feel totally spoiled when staying at this hotel.

This hotel was much more reasonable than staying in a Boulder and was just a few miles away. The room was clean, the bed comfy, the hot tub perfect at 105 and a very friendly staff. Don't hesitate to book your reservation.

An excellent hotel with great staff and wonderful breakfast. Very quiet room and close to Boulder and Denver. I would definitely stay here when returning to the Front Range. It is centrally located so commuting to major cities is easy.

Great place. I have used it several times. Nice clean place. Free hot cookies every evening. I stayed in suite, which allowed my wife to sleep late when I got up early. Breakfast bar was excellent. Weather was great.

Friendly staff, nice comfortable rooms with microwave and refrigerator, good Best Western breakfast with eggs, blueberry and regular waffles, convenient to CU and less expensive than staying directly in Boulder, close restaurants and shopping. I really liked the big Jacuzzi bathtub in the King suite. I have stayed at this hotel before and will return in future.

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Every staff member we encountered was friendly. Good hot breakfast, including eggs and bacon, not just pastries. MOST impressive was the housekeeping staff member who found and turned in a hooded sweatshirt that we had left behind. We picked it up a few days later. It was a newly purchased sweatshirt that we thought we would never see again. Refreshing to know that honest people committed to the guest experience do exist and they can be found here at this hotel!

We stayed 1 night and loved it. Check in was quick and easy...he was super friendly. This is a smaller hotel, only 2 floors. The rooms are on the small side but very nice. They have a refrigerator and microwave and a fan that actually kept the temperature of the room to what it was set to. Beds were very comfortable, lots of USB ports which was unusual to see. The breakfast was great...eggs, bacon, potatoes, waffles, cereal , bagels, fruit etc... Great location for walking to The Outback and a few other restaurants.

Great price for an excellent hotel stay. We stayed 5 nights and this is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in -- especially for the price. The king suite was great. Loved having a separate living space (couch, desk and TV) and sleeping space (king bed, chest, side tables, TV) with the bathroom in between. Having 2 TVs was great, too! Also... best breakfast buffet I've experienced at a hotel EVER! So many hot and cold options... including the ingredients for breakfast burritos. We highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Boulder, Golden or the Broomfield area.

This was the best motel of the 8 so far this year that we have stayed at. The main reason I say this is because of the bed. I DID NOT hurt when I got up. There were a couple of cleanliness issues which I hope will be addressed in my motel review through BW. Breakfast was so so. The usual cereal, breads, yogurt. The eggs, potatoes and bacon were luke warm.

Checking in process included recording of confirmation info from Hotels.com. Front desk staff was informed that the room had been paid for at Hotels.com. CREDIT CARD and driver's license provided, which a common practice. During the night the CREDIT CARD info was used to pay (a second time) for the room. The employee that obtained the information from me; stated we would not be billed (as the room was fully paid for) a second time for the room. However, I was billed a twice for the one room. I requested to speak to the individual that is responsible for DOUBLE billings and that request was denied. Stated the "SYSTEM" does the double billings (vs a human). A BEST WESTERN policy or practice?

We had a great visit! They had a friendly staff.My room was clean and relatively quiet. The free hot breakfast was super tasty! I had eggs and bacon and waffles. If I'm ever in the area again would love to stay again.

One of the best choices in the Louisville area. Good breakfast, quiet rooms, friendly staff. They offer cookies at bedtime and a selection of local papers in the morning. A convenient, clean and comfortable place to stay for business or pleasure whether you are visiting for business or pleasure.

A very nice, clean, reasonably-priced facility. The people at the front desk were friendly and extremely helpful. The gentleman who was at the desk in the evening was amazing. He gave us ideas for eating, and at one point gave us a partial gallon of milk so we wouldn't have to go out and buy it. The rooms were quiet and the beds were firm and supportive. The breakfast area was fairly large and we had no problem finding a place to sit. There was a nice selection of both hot and cold breakfast items and they were spread out so they were easy to get to without bumping into other guests. We spent three nights and were so glad we chose this Best Western Plus!

This was my first stay at this property. From the friendly greeting when I arrived to the comfortable and quiet room to the great breakfast, I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of the stay. Great location near Boulder and nearby dining in Louisville.

We stayed here one night, the room was excellent, the staff was the greatest. The rooms are modern, well maintained. They offer complimentary water and coffee all day. The breakfast was good, nice selections.

Its okay for one night stay nothing more nothing less. I would still look next time for another hotel because of the cleaning products made it smell like a nursing home. Not a smell I like myself. My boyfriend didnt care he liked it. I will say the Mad greens place across the way way amazing I would say go there for sure. Its super healthy and too yummy for words.

The amenities are above most in this price range. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was full of options. Complimentary bottled water and chocolate chip cookies are a great touch! :-)

So happy to have picked this hotel for an overnight stay back in early December 2017. Great accommodations. Nice modern and clean room, and the staff is an A-1 bonus, very friendly and helpful on the night side and on the dayside check out. Look forward to returning here and highly recommend.

I and my wife have stayed here about four times in the last two years, most recently the first week of this new year. The staff is helpful, the beds restful and furnishings clean and bright. The hotel is about 9 miles from Boulder on the Boulder turnpike and adjacent to two malls with many stores restaurants and places to shop. The center of old town Louisville is about a mile away. Good breakfast and workout area. Our rooms this visit had nice views of the foothills around Boulder and the front range.

Boulder hotels are expensive so we opted for the short drive to Louisville. We found our room tasteful, clean and we enjoyed a king suite with a fantastic double sized jetted tub. The bed was dreamy comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Our only complaints were the lack of good places to put our suitcases in the room without using the couch. The bedroom is tight and the closet is small. The breakfast is a full buffet with plenty of options and a sign says they offer gluten free upon request. The breakfast quality was so-so. Although it is located close to I-80 we did not hear freeway noise. There are plenty of shops, places to eat and a movie theater close by. We had a peek-a-boo view of the flatirons.

We are originally from Boulder - so we are not used to staying in hotels so close to our hometown. We needed a place to crash before heading to the DIA in the morning. The Best Western was exactly what we needed - very clean, friendly staff and offered a breakfast with a variety of foods. We were able to grab some grub before our early flight out - and it was a quick hop, skip and jump away from US 36 (just took a minute or two).

Overall, the stay was nice and good, but it doesn't deserve 5-star rating in my opinion. Pros: extremely friendly and helpful staff, size of room, fridge in a room, parking, free breakfast, decent gym, good Internet connection, free water bottles. Cons: breakfast is all the same every day, tiny shampoo bottles, Internet connection blocks Google Maps and once dropped (hey, reception doesn't handle this, call tech support), no safe box, fridge is noisy. I would stay again, especially due to the staff. But don't expect too much.

The staff was exceptional. So personable and willing to help with whatever need be. Very professional and cared about giving good service! I was tired and needed the comfort of a clean friendly place for the last night of a long holiday weekend and the staff went out of their way to help me and make me feel comfortable in a professional manner.

Comfortable beds, clean room and very personable attendants. They have a great hot breakfast along with a variety of other pastries and fruits. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Loved it beautiful room beautiful service! Staff was great John was great! Daniel did our reservation over the phone from a different state after hours. We arrived at 3 am and they welcomed my family and I like it was 2 pm no problems.Amazing service!

Very good condition. Overall very good. Twice extended stay, and there were slight problems. Key did not work first time, and second time was very slow. Asked a couple times to have 6 nights stay credited on Rewards, but never happened. Remote channel changing very slow. Dead bolt did not work

This hotel was very clean, the employees are very friendly and eager to assist, and the breakfast was nicer than most hotels offering breakfast. The hotel is super close to the highway, so it was easy for us to get to our Boulder meetings, and it is a block or two away from Safeway, Whole Foods, Kohls, Target, and many restaurants.

This BW has a very good price quality relation for the Boulder area. Mostly in Boulder city prices are higher. Room is clean . Also the free breakfast is like most BW. There a couple of restaurants nearby and one at walking distance. No problems to park (free) In the morning commute is Boulder city is drivebable, not bumper to bumper. Usually +_15 min to Boulder. The staff is very friendly and does an effort to make your stay a good experience. There is also a little office for e-mails and printing. I have been in this hotel many times and will continue to go there.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The cost was very reasonable, the breakfast excellent , the staff very helpful. The hotel is surrounded by good restaurants and is convenient to Highway 36, making Boulder just minutes away and Denver and the toll road very easy to reach.

Nice hotel with easy access to and from the turnpike connecting you to Denver or to the Boulder area. Friendly staff. My only complaint is no available smoking rooms. Apparently no hotels in the area have rooms for smokers anymore.

Everything was great. The staff was professional yet courteous and friendly. Whoever decided on having an ironing board, an iron and a hairdryer in the room needs a bonus! It was especially nice having a microwave and refrigerator too. The breakfast choices were very well thought out and they tasted fresh too. And the beds, well my wife and I have never slept on a more comfortable bed in any hotel.

late check in was great, staff was very attentive, breakfast had a nice selection, room decor was good, room was CLEAN. Quiet rooms as well was simple and easy. Wifi was relativity fast with easy log on.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The beds were comfortable and we didn't notice outside noise. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is within an hour's drive of national and state parks and many mountains.

I enjoy staying at this hotel. They serve eggs, potatoes and either bacon or sausage everyday. That is important to me because I do not eat dairy or wheat. So many hotels only serve pastries, yogurt and cereal. The beds are also very comfortable...room is always clean and I like that I have a microwave and refrigerator so I don't have to do take out every night.

This hotel was older, but in great condition. We had a king suite that had a separate living area with a door that could close off the bedroom. Comfortable room. Excellent mattress. The sofa bed also had a very comfortable mattress. The breakfast was typical and continually replenished. Free water in a small fridge by the front desk. High chair in the breakfast area. The best part of our stay with the staff. The customer service was OUTSTANDING. No fake greetings. This was genuine nice people. I would go out of my way to stay at this hotel. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping and coffee shops nearby. Right off the highway (hwy36-Denver/Boulder).

Great value and comfortable, quiet stay. Just outside Boulder this hotel is very clean, comfortable, convenient, with a friendly and welcoming staff. The good breakfast, which is included, is a plus! I would recommend!

We stayed at this location on a trip to visit relatives in Boulder. This location was much more affordable than staying directly in Boulder, yet it was a short commute. The hotel had everything we needed. The rooms are ordinary but perfectly adequate. The beds are comfortable and we heard absolutely no street noise and minimal noise in the hallway. The breakfast has a wide variety of options, including healthy choices. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful!

Not only is the hotel clean modern and food wonderful but the staff is incredible and concerned about the service they give you. The only issue that bothered us were the pillows are very thick and hard and my husband and I prefer thinner softer pillow's

We stayed here for 3 nights during our trip to CO. The hotel was nice, clean, and the rooms exceeded my expectation for Best Western. The hotel is only a couple of minutes away from Boulder, CO which was very convenient. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, and will stay here again when we return to the mountains!

My experience here was great. Daniel was very efficient checking me in and the breakfast person was friendly and cheerful as well. The location is excellent with restaurants within walking distance and only a few easy miles to Boulder. The breakfast was better than most I've seen. I loved the hot items and a sweet donut too. They even had pumpkin spice batter for the waffles. Not my thing but a nice touch. I would love to come back when the weather is warmer and check out the pool area. It was a little chilly the weekend I travelled. Facilities seemed well taken care of and my room was clean and comfy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Daniel and the rest of the staff made things so easy for me during my stay! He helped me modify my reservation last minute and never once seemed bothered by my multiple questions. Very friendly staff, great breakfast, and a wonderful locale (especially with a dog!). Topped off with a welcome goodie bag and big smiles made for a great stay. Definitely will be staying here again!

We were delighted with our stay at this hotel. The desk clerks were friendly, helpful and professional, the breakfast was of high quality with many choices and the rooms were comfortable and clean. We were staying to attend a family gathering and the 3 rooms we reserved were right together at the end of a hall, so very convenient.

I appreciated the extra effort to honor my request for a room with no scented cleaning products. Our top floor king suite was quiet, had lots of storage, and the A/C worked very well. In fact, the fan made a constant low background noise that was nice for sleeping. The breakfast selections were above-average with good yogurts and fruits. The hallways were clean, mopped and aired. We slept well here.

Hotels rates in Boulder have steadily increased over the years, yet many of them don't really offer walking distance access to the town's points of interest. So, rather than paying a heavy rate premium based on location, our group decided to book rooms in Louisville, just a few minutes south of Boulder, and a bit closer to Denver & the airport. Our decision worked out to be a good one and we saved hundreds of dollars, without sacrificing comfort, quality of sleep, amenities, etc. This particular hotel offers quiet rooms with a smart layout. For example the minibar and microwave are right next to the bathroom, removed from the immediate sleeping area. The beds and bedding are comfortable, the plumbing is excellent. Also worth mentioning is the fact that after staying in 4 limited service hotels during this particular trip, this one had the better breakfast, despite having the lowest rate. Finally, I want to thank Mark for being friendly, attentive, and effective. He stood out as a person that knows what hospitality is all about.

Our second stay at this facility for a week or more. The hotel is clean and kept up very well. The staff has always been very helpful, cooperative and friendly. The location is very good for shopping, eating, recreation and near the freeway. The rates vary but are usually competitive.

I found this hotel last minute traveling thru Denver. I always thought that Best Westerns were a really cheap hotel but this hotel was very clean and looked quite updated. The front desk staff was very helpful even though our first room we were given was apparently still occupied... Oops. I was having some altitude sickness issues due to being at Pikes Peak and high elevations and not used to it and he was very helpful and helping me feel better. There was a good selection at breakfast and I was surprised to see higher-end breakfast selections like Chobani yogurt and very large and fresh breakfast pastries along with hot options as well. The beds were comfortable and the first I had slept on in three nights that did not hurt my back. This was a good bargain for my money

Hi I'm Wild Bill from wolf creek Montana. Spent the weekend here. Nice clean. Best free continental breakfast to date. With a large variety of items to choose from. The front desk not only polite but fun. Daniel could tell where most local places are. He was quick to get us checked & made sure that we stayed hydrated LOL " was quick to go the extra mile" Thank you, Daniel, for making our stay a very pleasant one.I would diffidently stay here again. I travel cross country a lot this was my best in years!!

Nice people. Hotel room is aging but clean and neat. I would stay again if needed but by comparison to other BW it is a bit pricy for what you get. Front desk person in the afternoon went out of his way to be helpful. Mexican restaraunt down the street was great. I would go there in a heartbeat. Called Santa Fe Mexicana.

This was my third stay at this hotel so that fact speaks for itself. It's reliable, clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, accessible location. I just wish BW would serve better eggs at breakfast. They taste artificial.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I would stay there again. The breakfast was good. We used the hot tub which was great after a long day. We were only in Denver for a day but would stay here again if I needed to stay overnight in Denver.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay very much. Room was very clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. They had everything we needed and a wonderful breakfast too. The breakfast hostess even brought my coffee to the table for me, as my hand were full.

Mr Daniel @ the front desk is the best and very knowledgeable. He help us with everything. Knows about restaurant, museum, address, traffic. He is hospitality in flesh and blood. The person is amazing. We had a ok stay. The room was not ready to be rented because the smell was not welcoming, the restroom paper walls was falling, not enough shampoo, soap for 2. The towelsa and bed sheets wear old hard and had. It look like maintenance does not check the rooms and housekeeping is just doing minimum job. I pay full price and got have of what I pay. This hotel is 10-15 minutes from the Boulder campus. It's a great value and the lobby, breakfast area and rooms are very clean and welcoming and it's right off the main highway to Boulder. There is a small pool and hot tub and fitness center. Restaurants and shopping are minutes away.

This hotel was just what I was looking for and a great price during my stay. If you are looking for a place to stay and near Boulder, this location is good. The room is nice and clean. Staff is friendly and good breakfast. A few good restaurants within walking distance as well. Close to highway too.

We were visiting Boulder, and the hotel was convenient to the University, dining, and shopping. Staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful. The morning breakfast was always well stocked and had a nice variety of food to select from.

Staff was friendly and helpful...we checked in early...first room was not quite cleaned yet...so they moved us to another room without hesitation. Great Value...close to CU Boulder and to a great selection of restaurants

This was the perfect location for us. Right off the freeway exit. Several food/restaurant options nearby. Hotel staff was friendly and parking was always available. We had a problem with our bathroom exhaust fan. We reported it when we stepped away for lunch. By the time we returned the problem had been resolved. Thank you!

This hotel is very clean and quiet. Phil on reception was welcoming. Comfortable beds, helpful where to eat leaflets (lots of choice). Handy Safeway across the road. Breakfast had loads of choice and yummy. Finally, if you're English you will love the loo paper - you know what I mean guys!

AC unit was loud, Breakfast food was the worst in all the BW I have stayed at...Bacon flavored air, really!!!!! Check In counter person was excellent, and check out person too. Hotel was clean and in good shape, close to ok restaurants...I would stay there again, just eat breakfast elsewhere.

Stayed once before and it was great then and it still is! The location was perfect for getting to my workshop. The bed was comfy and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Didn't use the pool no time did walk by it and it looked small but clean.

Easily accessible & close to many major Colorado cities (Denver & Boulder). They were able to accommodate me & my dog the same day (even giving puppy treats). The staff was very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was great w/ a large variety of hot and cold breakfast items. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Everything was wonderful about our stay. Staff was helpful, it was very easy to get around the area from the hotel, it had an outdoor pool and the hot breakfast was a wonderful bonus. Room was clean and spacious. Loved having a refrigerator. Very quiet place- never heard any noise from other guests, staff or outside. Since the hotel is located on busy streets, this was an added bonus.

The price is worthy and room is big, comfortable. Stuff are very close and helpful, especially the man receptionist. Nearby is easy for buying food. I like this hotel! Next time is still in my option list.

First the good: The rooms are clean and for the area, the price is decent. The not good: The smell. At first I thought it was just our room, but it's the entire hotel. It smells like musty vomit. The breakfast. OMG what a disaster. At 8:10, they were out of everything. When I asked the only worker I could find if we could get some forks, she looked at me like I had six heads. The staff: Aside from the fork lady, nobody else was exactly rude, but nobody else was friendly either. The Wifi: Nonexistent. Don't plan on working while you're here. Overall, would I stay here again? No. Would I recommend? No. Am grateful for the clean rooms, yes?

New hotel, but, not up to standards of Best Western; Everything [rooms, hallways, pool, dining area] was too compact and gave a feeling of claustrophobia. Great value for the money....Fantastic location relative to Boulder, CO.

We went for a 8 days vacation to Rocky Mountain, Salida, and Durango. On the first leg of our journey we stayed here and drove to Rocky Mountain. Location is very good. It just took us around an hour to Estes Park. Hotel is very good. One thing I liked is the breakfast. It was never crowded and choice was ample. We liked it. So far all the Best Western hotels we stayed we liked it. They maintain the quality. Good one.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience except for the fact that the lobby smelled strongly of marijuana while a certain employee was working. My room was close to the lobby so I could smell it from my room as well. Other than that, no complaints.

We travelled to CO to ride our motocycles through the Rockies. We selected the BW Louisville because it was relatively central to where we would bee riding, and the per night charge was reasonable. The hotel rivals many chains that cost much more in the room amenities, and the staff was the friendliest and most caring of any I have ever seen! Also, access to highways is fantastic, but it is still very quiet in the rooms. We will definitely stay here again when travelling to the area.

I have stayed at this hotel in Louisville and both times experienced excellent service. The Breakfasts are as good or better in any Resort that I have stayed at. The staff was friendly, and caring. Every request that I made was fulfilled. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff that checked me in made sure that I received the best price for the room. I really appreciated him going the extra mile. I would and have recommended the Best Western hotels to my friends, family, and co-workers. I have never had a bad experience at any Best Western Hotel.

Great rooms and hotel and although the beds were extremely comfortable they were a little on the high side and were mildly challenging to get in and out of. The value for the price was also a bit high.

Right between Denver and Boulder with breathtaking views, and I do mean breath taking- wow! Also close to restaurants, etc. but very quiet location. Lots of amenities- more than we could use. Wonderful staff, very clean and decorated, and I'm ready to go back- now!

Staff was good. Went for an overnight near Boulder but saved some money on the hotel. I was pretty much pleased with everything except the front room of our suite. It seemed a little drab. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location. Super staff, Mark and Daniel at the reception desk deserve separate mentions, as the went out of their way to assist my wife and I during our arrival and during our stay. Very important to us to have people go out of their way to help out, instead of just reporting to work. Other staff also deserves mention as find key people who made our stay enjoyable. The food was plentiful and good. The area very clean not to mention the rooms. security very good. Also used the internet, very good.

Every aspect of our stay was exceptional! Will stay there again when in the area!! The breakfast was the best we have ever had at any hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant.

I was on vacation for 11 days from Jacksonville, Florida. We went to several music events and rock climbing. We stayed at several friends houses and we wanted a little bit more privacy and a nice bed to sleep in & Best Western in Louisville, Colorado was a nice place to call home for the evening. Stephanie at the Front Desk was amazing and has the best customer service skills ever.

There are only three things I require when I stay in a hotel. The first is that the room is clean. The second is they offer a breakfast and third is price. This Hotel covered all three very well. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

Nice clean room. Stay was quiet and restful. I was pretty dragged out when we arrived and the room we were "assigned" did not meet my needs. Even though we were approaching a holiday weekend Stephanie was able to work it out for us and got us a different room. Made all the difference in the world and I was able to rejuvenate and go meet my next crisis. Many thanks to Stephanie.

This is an excellent hotel just minutes from Boulder. If you are traveling to the university or that town in general, I would highly recommend it. We have family in Lafayette, Colorado and have stayed at many different Dillon Road hotels over the years. This hotel was our favorite by far. This time we stayed 3 nights while attending a family graduation. First of all, the staff. The front desk guys were welcoming and efficient. The housekeeping staff was always working. And I wish I got the name of the lady who worked the breakfast area. She was so friendly and pleasant. The internet was fast. There were plenty of electrical outlets in the room. We had two flat screen tv's in our suite with plenty of channels. The remotes were provided in little sanitized pouches (a nice touch!) Comfy king size bed with plenty of pillows. Plenty of parking, great location with nearby restaurants and very very quiet. Everything we look for in a hotel. Plus they had cookies in the lobby :) This is our new go-to hotel when we visit next time. PS, another nice touch at this hotel... the "business center" was stocked with office supplies. A small detail but we actually needed scissors and were pleased to find them in the business center, no need to bother the front desk. It's the little things :)

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. There were hot and cold choices, coffee was good and it was fun to make your own waffle The TV remotes were sanitized! The pool and Jacuzzi were clean.

This hotel was one of the best i've ever stayed in. The registration people were over-the-top nice and very helpful, the hot breakfast was great, the location was perfect, especially if you are going to Boulder, without the Boulder prices, everything was clean, check in and check out were fast, the area was nice, the TV had a numerous amount of channels, McDonald's right across the street, and plenty of parking. I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you BW in Louisville!!

We stayed here on a recent trip through Colorado. This BW is tucked in among a few other hotels in a quiet, yet bustling area. It's close to the mall and restaurants, and just a short drive from Boulder. We got a king room that was very clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy, and all of the staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was satisfying, with something for everyone. It was well stocked and tasty. They even had tortillas in case you wanted to make a breakfast burrito. Yum! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Overall a good place to stay. Check-in desk clerk was terrific. My room was comfortable, and the breakfast spread was good. Only drawback is the property is a bit rough around the edges. Dents, dings, scrapes, scuffs and carpet spots abound throughout the property. And they need a sign out front! VERY difficult to locate as it is positioned with numerous other hotels in the area, all of which have signs identifying them.

The room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the large jaccuzi tub, which was a pleasant surprise. The service was exceptional! We changed our reservations twice due to weather changes, and the front desk staff made it so smooth and easy.

I stay here every week during the school year (August through May). In my opinion, this is the best hotel for both service and value in the Boulder area. The facility is well managed and the employees go above and beyond to make my stay there wonderful. The cleaning staff also does a fantastic job. I've always had a clean room, at every stay, and I've had a lot of overnight stays! They make a good breakfast too.

We stopped here for a night while traveling, without previous reservations. We were very pleased with the room and overall experience. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise ( i'm not usually a fan of hotel breakfasts). There was a good selection with real scrambled eggs and bacon, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc. I would definitely stay here again when passing through the area. Only complaint would be some difficulty getting signed on to wifi.

This is the best lodging property in Louisville. The property is well maintained, clean and nicely furnished. What sets this property apart is the great staff. Mark checked me in at the front desk and he really made my day. He was courteous and friendly while making sure my room assignment was perfect for my needs. I met other staff and housekeepers who were all very friendly. I stay in hotel rooms all around the world 15 nights per month. I can evaluate a well run property and you can have confidence with your stay here. Conveniently located near great restaurants and Highway 36. Just minutes from Boulder.

Great stay. We were greeted with water. Put in a room with easy access to outside as we have a dislysis machine and all of the supplies. Also, offered help. Staff was very nice and friendly . Would stay there again.

I've stayed at this Best Western on numerous occasions over the past few years, and it's been a consistently good experience. There are several hotels all within walking distance of each other in Louisville, and I think this is the best combination of price, comfort and location. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave are very nice to have. Might be time for new towels soon, but no real complaints at this price. Breakfast is free and good enough at that price. Free wifi. If you have a car, it's an easy drive to Boulder - less than 10 minutes most times of day, maybe 15-20 minutes during the peak morning traffic. I often choose to stay here instead of Boulder as it's less expensive for comparable properties. Several decent restaurants a short walk away. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. It's a comfortable hotel for a 3-4 night stay. This hotel and the Best Western in Boulder are the only places I stay when I'm in the area. You'll be annoyed whenever you stay anywhere else and have to pay extra for what comes included here in the price of the room.

Friendly staff & welcoming to our furry family member! Always stay here when in Boulder area. Warm cookies in lobby, great breakfast! Lots of walking area for the dog. Many great restaurants in the area, along with plentiful shopping!

I selected to stay at this hotel because of its price, but when I walked in, Mark greeted me and I saw what a great team is in place. Rooms were carefully cleaned and the free amenities are fantastic. Great hotel experience for the right price. I'm certainly coming back soon. In addition the location is perfect, near great restaurants...

We stayed here for 3 nights while we visited our son and daughter-in-law. The place was clean. Towels and sheets a little worn. Breakfast included so that's always one less meal to worry about. The price was good. I would stay here again.

I was very nervous about our reservation knowing the price was at least $45 less per night than other hotels in this area but from check-in through check-out, we had a great experience. The staff made sure we had what we needed. We had much better service and room quality here than the we experienced across the way at another property. I highly recommend staying here if the amenities match your needs. What a great value!

We were placed in the wrong room(double Queen instead of a King) once the clerk discovered the problem she charged a larger fee for the room. When I noticed the fee change at checkout the morning clerk was not able to refund the difference. The manager was supposed to call me back never did. I ad to call the hotel multiple times to get the issues fixed.

Room was clean, liked the refrigerator and microwave, bed was comfortable, Breakfast was good: scrambled eggs sausage or bacon, cereal, granola, fruit, Greek yogurt, tortillas and salsa, and other things. Internet was free and fast and plenty of outlets at the desk and bedside to plug in devices. . I will prefer this hotel over the others at this HWY exit next year when I come to the Boulder area.

This hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, highways & just minutes to Boulder. The staff is friendly & accommodating. The internet access, cable TV, AC & hot water were all reliable. The rooms (& bathrooms) were clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast (yes, they have hot waffles) was a real bonus. When you consider the price and everything I have mentioned above, overall this BW Express is an excellent value!

Stayed here because of a professional certification exam the following day. Nice beds in a clean room got my a good nights sleep and think the exam went well. Also several decent restaurant options are found within a quick walk.

My college buddies and I were looking for an affordable option to go to and from Boulder on a CU football weekend. Best Western Plus Louisville had everything we needed...clean, quiet, good breakfast and walking distance to restaurants, grocery & liquor store. Plus, the hotel was a cheap, quick Uber/Lyft ride into all of the Boulder attractions. I will be back!

The Louisville Inn and Suites is a perfect BW for our visits to the area. There is an easy access to the highway and we have family in the area. We will stay there again. This BW serves an excellent breakfast, and cookies are available in the afternoon. It was clean and comfortable and an elevator serves the 2nd floor.

King suite pet friendly was very reasonable and right by the door for our dogs. Wonderful It was very quiet in the evening. Could have used a few more vending machines in the lobby. Overall a very nice place to stay

My wife and I traveled to Louisville with my 85 year old parents to visit family. I had read good reviews about the Best Western and now I will add my good review to the list. Our room was clean an comfortable. Breakfast was great - lots of choices. Free bottles of water which we grabbed to go hiking. And the service staff found a tiny screw driver to fix Dad's glasses! Very nice staff!

We booked a suite, and were pleased with the room. Enjoyed soaking in the giant tub one evening. Internet was good most of the time, although it slowed substantially in the late evening. Breakfast each day had a different meat, which we appreciated since we were there multiple days. 2 different kinds of fruit cups were available. The orange juice was the WORST we've had at any hotel during a 7 week road trip! The SIZE of the BREAKFAST AREA WAS WOEFULLY INADEQUATE for the number of rooms and patrons! For an immediate fix, the hotel could remove the couches and fill the whole space with tables and chairs. To truly fix the problem, the hotel needs to convert a sleeping room or two into breakfast seating.

We have stayed here 3 times and it has been good. One time we had an A/C problem and they promptly moved us to a suite. Breakfast is the pretty standard stuff and they did seem to put it away a little early. Thought it was odd that the maid had her children with her at work one afternoon, doesn't seem quite right. Convenient location with good restaurants nearby - try Murphys Tap House, an easy one block walk.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel several times and have never had a bad experience. Conveniently located, shopping and restaurants nearby, friendly and helpful staff, adequate parking, reliable free Internet, nice hot breakfast - exactly what you expect for the price. We'll definitely be back!

I have stayed several times at this hotel because it is clean, well run, with plenty of parking, working amenities such as internet. There are a lot of places to eat and shop close by. I like to take out something healthy from wholefood market 5 mn away. Boulder is only 15 mn to drive. I go to hotels only to spend the evenings, work and eat then be gone all day. So this is perfect for such trips.

Good value for the area. No complaints. Breakfast (eggs/bacon/sausage) was better than most hotel gratuitous offerings. Would stay here again. Only complaint is that there is a lot of light outside of the hotel at night. Heavy drapes help but light still got in around the sides. This is a very minor thing.

This hotel was just minutes from Boulder but less expensive than staying in Boulder. Was a great choice to visit our Boulder college student. There were local shopping options in addition to many food options.

Central locale, easy to navigate to area attractions.Expert, friendly and old school hospitality staff made the difference. Breakfast quality top-notch. We enjoyed it for 7 days. Proximity to high quality dining very easy to drive and navigate. Every courtesy was extended and we observed the same excellent service being applied to all the guests during our sojourn.

The staff is very professional, the beds comfortable, the hotel claan and quiet, and breakfast was very complete and fresh. We had no complaints and will certainly stay here again. Very good value.

Very nice choice if you are looking for something close to Boulder but a bit less expensive. Spacious rooms, decent breakfast with healthy options, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy access to everything.

will definitely stay here again. Only negative I can come up with is they need new towels. Great location and easy to get on and off freeway. They don't have a sign by the street so don't get confused when you see three other hotels but no BW, it's there. Didn't have the breakfast but it looked good and will try it another time. Coffee and tea are available and they usually had freshly baked cookies to grab on your way in or out.

The great customer service started in April 2016 when we reserved a room through Stephanie at this hotel for three nights in August 2016. We had been trying to find lodging in Boulder but since it was move-in week at the University of Boulder, everything was either full or more than we wanted to pay. Stephanie got us a great rate on a two-room suite for our visit. She was also at the desk when we checked in and the great service continued. She was very pleasant and helpful, advising us about stores and restaurants in the area. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained and it was in a great location for easy highway access to Boulder. The breakfast was very plentiful, delicious and there was a lot of variety in the menu. The hotel offered free bottled water to all guests (as much as we wanted) due to the high altitude and they also had freshly baked chocolate chip cookies in the lobby late each afternoon! We will definitely book this hotel again the next time we are in the area.

Very disappointing customer service. I had 2 nights charged to my credit card. I realize this was charged because of not notifying them of my inability to stay. I was unable to check in or notify of my cancellation due to my father suddenly becoming severely ill. I realize that 24 hrs. notice is required. However, when contacting them, I requested a possible hotel credit in the future due to my extenuating circumstances and they flat out denied any compensation and did not offer any resolution. Very poor way to treat customers. Life happens and a good business would recognize that and offer to provide some sort of reimbursement or credit. I will take my business to people who actually care about their customers!

This hotel is top notch in all aspects. Extremely clean, great breakfast and super staff. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. They even provided bottled spring water free of charge and have cookies made fresh every evening.

My family, with young children, recently stayed at this property for 2 nights at the beginning of a longer trip. We wanted a place reasonably close to the Denver airport but also close to good hiking and outdoor scenery. We were very pleased with the location (easy walk to so many restaurants and stores) and the friendly staff. The breakfast was good and the heated outdoor pool and hot tub was a highlight for our kids. The room was just okay (we had a king suite) and on the smaller side, but we were barely in our room so it didn't bother us too much. All in all, I recommend!

This hotel was great. I was there for several nights. The lobby was fine, but not very large or highly decorated. The room was more than sufficient for our needs. The staff was wonderful. Also, free bottles water and cookies were provided every day.

A good hotel to stop by for business or leisure... Room good and clean Horrible AC, does not work very well and I don't think I'd ever heard such loud one... I just wish that the cleaning ladies didn't change the towels every day !!! It's supposed to be this marketing message ??? Save the planet and keep your towel ? The next why don't they train their teams ??? My towels were not on the floor and change everyday for the length of our stay ... Breakfast: good serviced by a very happy and service oriented lady BUT waffle machine does not work... Sticks !!! And all guests (80% at least) ended up having a pile of mush on place. I was told it was normal because it's "oiled" once early morning ? Nice pool and good food all around !

From the first experience with Stephanie at the front desk, to all the front desk and laundry personnel, we have been amazed at the great staff at this hotel. They have gone out of their way to be helpful The room for three of us (mother, daughter and granddaughter) was comfortable, clean and perfect. Breakfast is outstanding! I own a B&B and the breakfast choices here are almost as good as mine! Easy to get to Vail, Boulder, Estes Park and much less expensive than Boulder!

Having a great time. Front desk was very friendly and helped a lot. Rooms are comfortable. Free wifi, free breakfast, easy access and plenty of parking. It was nice to come in and there was free bottled water and chocolate chip cookies too. Conveniently located.

The room was clean and well stocked. The staff were friendly. The evening desk agent suggested a nearby Mexican Restaurant for dinner and said if we showed the manager our card key would receive a 20% discount. So helpful. Only con is the internet speed. Very slow

This was one of the friendliest hotels we've ever stayed at.. The breakfast was typical, but presented with extra care. The room was comfortable and clean and the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel.

This place was perfect for our long weekend girls weekend getaway. Rooms were comfortable and clean, including bathroom and shower. There was a great breakfast every morning and they even had a courtesy water cooler which we were thankful for since we left every morning to go hiking. Staff was friendly. Overall very impressed

Nice hotel, EXCELLENT breakfast. Nice outdoor pool, friendly and helpful staff. Only drawback was a 1:30 am fire alarm (false alarm). On the high side for cost but maybe this is standard for the area - we stayed with a softball group so didn't do any price comparisons.

Our children and Grandchildren live nearby, so we like staying here. It is a good place to crash after a long ride, and we stayed here coming and going from our Yellowstone and Wyoming trip. I like the area, there is a Kohl's across the street and you are near lots of restaurants nearby. If you don't want to stay in Boulder, I would recommend staying here, because it is not far away.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Continental breakfast included bacon. First time on trip we had bacon. Hotel clean and very relaxing. Upgraded room and were not expecting. My niece would have stayed with us if she knew room was so great. Had hard finding hotel since sign was not pointing our way. Once we found hotel was very happy with our choice. My husband booked room and wishes he had booked the last 2 nights here as well.

I came to Colorado with my family this mid June for his Holiness Dalai Lama teaching, which was in Boulder. The Boulder drive is only 10-15 min drive away. What I really liked was a free water. It is super hot outside. When I get back to the teaching after a long day, the hotel has cold water waiting for us by front desk. Free breakfast in the morning and the options are great! Th bed are nice and comfortable to sleep on. The room is nothing fancy. Flat screen tv, table, bed, and bathroom. Average room, but you're o my in the room at night to sleep. Overall, I had a great experiences with this hotel and would stay here again when I'm back in Colorado.

Hotel was conveniently located in Louisville. There were several restaurants close by. Breakfast was typical morning hotel fare, fine. Free cookies in afternoon was a nice touch. My shampoo, soap and conditioner were not replaced during my four night stay until I asked. Pool was nice, but there were lots of leaves in it.

I have meetings in Boulder regularly, and to save a little money, I usually stay at one of the five or six hotels in Louisville. This is the third of the hotels in this area where I've stayed, and so far, all three have been adequate but not impressive in any way. The room is broken up into two spaces - the desk/sofa space in front and the bedroom in the back, separated by a bathroom. Both rooms have TVs and the rooms have a door separating them, so there can be privacy between the two rooms. There is a fridge. The TV has access to DirecTV channels and the full range of HBO channels, which is nice. Breakfast is a little better than average. There are eggs (the round scrambled egg you can put on a bagel or an english muffin), sausage and potatoes. They get a + for having whipped cream by the waffle maker! The hotel could use a refresh. It's fine. Really. Just fine. But nothing special.

The check-in clerk was NOT sharp, put us in a single room w/ 2 beds when we had a 2 room reserved. Had to go change it, then the room was smaller than we needed, so it took another try to get another room, and it was not the type we requested. Room is pretty middle of the road from "cheap" to "up-scale". First room was hot and never completely cooled down, second was OK. Breakfast was good, nice enough setup and good choices. Check-out staff was friendly and discounted one room for the trouble the night before.

I chose the Best Western as it was located near the start line of a half-marathon I was running. The price was affordable and included breakfast and internet, PLUS a microwave and fridge. Those were needed to store and reheat our food for our race weekend. Breakfast was typical of most hotels and served its purpose. The hotel offered complimentary bottled water in the lobby at all hours - this was a nice and welcome touch! The rooms weren't fancy, but did the trick for the 3 of us sharing a room - we weren't there much but to sleep, so it was just fine for us. The location is great, right off the highway and only 10-15 minutes from Boulder. It was also very quiet.

The staff here is great -- super friendly and attentive. Also a convenient location for both Boulder and East Boulder county. But the facility needs a remodel -- it just felt dark and cramped to us. We had one of the suites -- you can close off the Living area from the Bedroom. It was ok -- but not great -- definitely budget hotel. Fairly dusty ... some of the lamps were in need of repair ... bathroom has been updated but still felt old and worn out ... etc. We were surprised that this was the #1 hotel of this category in Louisville. There are others in the same category that we would stay at first.

Very convenient location to where we had to be. You can be in the mountains within 30 minutes, airport 20 minutes, etc. We have stayed here during March as well. All amenities are great. Free water bottles in the lobby.

Having had the opportunity to spend far too many nights in hotel rooms, this Best Western in Louisville stands out. We have spent 2-3-4x the price in NYC / LA where the room smells funky and the grout is mildewed... This location is a tribute to the potential for the Best Western brand to provide a CLEAN room in a neat and orderly small scale hotel for a fair price.

We stayed at the BW-Louisville for the Bolder Boulder this year. The access to get to the race is great and we were even able to come back and wash up after the run. The staff at this BW is fantastic and really goes out of their way to ensure you have a great stay, even if it is just an overnight.

The "Executive Suite" had the same configuration as rooms at Embassy Suites, though not as plush. Nevertheless, the sitting room with sofa, desk, wi-fi, bureau and fridge were comfortable. The bedroom was fine. The bathroom with tub, shower, and toilet were separate from the sink. Closet space was adequate. Good value when regular price is discounted.

So pleased with your service. Thank you. Your people are very nice. We were on top of laundry room and it sometimes felt like trembling. We didn't know what it was until a cleaning lady told us. Thank you Andy for your helpfulness and your smile. This is a wonderful hotel if you want to visit the Denver/Boulder area. We needed more days. It's wonderful. Thank you for the wonderful breakfast. I stayed in this hotel with my family that flew in from Florida and Oregon. It is a very good location, 10 minutes from Boulder, 20 minutes from Denver, right by the highway. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There was a complimentary breakfast and the staff was so friendly and accommodating.

Stayed here one night and had a very comfortable room w/ sitting room & 2 tvs, fridge & microwave. Easy on/off freeway. Close to shopping and lots of restaurants. Great hot breakfast with waffles, eggs, English muffins. Try dinner at Via Toscana @ 1 mile away.

We stayed here for 3 weeks while visiting family. I'm awarding this 4 stars because in all ways this property both met and often exceeded our expectations for this type of accommodation. While this is a pretty standard Best Western Plus, we found that the people were, without exception, excellent to deal with. The front desk was always both patient and helpful - not only with us, but we noticed they treated everyone similarly. Food service was the very standard BW breakfast - the woman who managed this area was also cheerful and attentive. The housekeeping staff, who we rarely used, were again friendly and greeted guest when passing in the hallway. The location is very convenient to the freeway between Boulder and Denver. There are also a number of restaurants within a block or two of the hotel. During our stay we did not see any other hotel that we wished we had chosen instead and would definitely consider staying here again on another trip. BrockSanDiego

We stay in hotels over 100 nights a year. No worries when we come to this Best Western. The entire staff works hard to give you a good experience. We will continue to come back. BTW, we were here for a month.

Excellent location very close to Boulder and a convenient drive to Denver. Very good noise insulation room-to-room. Very comfortable beds. We especially appreciated the breakfasts which included both Greek and regular yogurt plus usual assortment of cereals, eggs, waffles, etc. Bus stops for Boulder and Denver nearby.

Location had easy access to freeway, but was quiet, with all we needed for a great CU Boulder visit. Diabetic and GF needs were easily met with hot breakfast beyond sugary offerings and we appreciated the bottled water for the road. Hot tea and coffee always available and convenient. Room and beds were very comfortable and clean. Our room had a fridge and microwave area separate from sleeping area. We often stay at Hyatt House, but it was booked this time, and twice as expensive. We were tickled to find this value, closer to our destination. We will definitely stay here throughout the son's college years and related events.

Let the air/heat circulate, nice TV's n both rooms. nice small refrigerator and standard microwave. Good variety for breakfast items, with hot items on the buffet to include eggs, bacon, hash browns, cheese slices, and the usual assortment of breakfast pastries and breads, yogurt, etc. would stay again.

This Best Western inn had everything we needed for a great stay: comfortable rooms, a hot breakfast, fitness center, coffee all day, even cookies for dessert after dinner. A big plus for us: it was a stone's throw from the McCaslin Blvd stop for the Flatiron Flyer into Boulder. Just what we needed.

Nice Best Western. Staffs were excellent. Breakfast were great. The location is not really bad for all the errands we had to accomplish for the week. I would recommend this hotel. Also, not to forget, internet service has an awesome speed. Cable TVs are HD, a lot of cool and newer movies to choose from.

I stayed here because I had a Best Western gift card for $100.00. and their rate was below that amount. The Best Western six miles up the road wanted $200+ for the same amenities. The room was clean and quiet and the breakfast wasn't hideous. I would stay here again.

The staff there made you feel very welcomed without interfering with your visit. Having a variety of choices for the breakfast they offered was better than just a muffin and juice. Everything you needed was close by. The major highway and the local streets that took you to other attractions in Louisville. The accommodations were comfortable. We had a King Suite which was affordable and had the space we needed. We recommend anyone who wants to visit the area to give the Best Western Plus a try.

Best Western Plus in Louisville has been a first-choice of ours in the past 6 years that our sons have been attending undergrad and law school at CU. We love that we can take our pet, and that the rooms are so clean and comfortable.

Our first trip to Boulder and we chose the Louisville area because of the lower prices and boy, am I glad! We arrived much earlier than check in time and they were able to accommodate us! We were staying 6 days so we were able to unpack our suitcases with ample drawer and closet space, the room also had a desk and little table and 2 chairs. Snow hit the area right after we arrived and again when winter storm Selene moved through and the hotel was quick to have the plows clear the parking lot and sidewalks. They also supplied shovels and scrappers to guests to use on their cars! The breakfast was perfect with a waffle maker and a wide selection of other items, much more than a standard continental breakfast. Coffee and tea were available all day and cookies were put out in the afternoon. The most beneficial service this hotel offer was free bottled water all day everyday in a little frig sitting on the check in counter. Being our first time in Colorado and worried about altitude sickness, this helped greatly in preventing this and we were spared the discomfort! The next time we are in the area, we will definitely choose this hotel again!

Even with a blizzard we enjoyed our stay. Polite and helpful staff. The Hotel had pizza delivered for the quest and had shovels to dig out our vehicles. The staff was genuinely concerened for or safety and comfort.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the room we were given (a previous visitor stole the tv) and they easily placed us in another open room. The room was clean except for a couple of hairs on the pillows. The jacuzzi in the room was a nice surprise. Not very much noise at all. This is a really good stay for the price.

The staff was great. The room was great. I loved the max and hbo channels. A snowstorm closed the airport and most major road's and I did not mind at all because the hotel felt like home. Breakfast was good, the hotel provided free bottles of water and 24 hour coffee. Restaurants and grocery's were close by.

We stayed here one night over the past weekend. The hotel was fine, and had a good breakfast including hot items. Our room was very clean, however it had a strong floral-ey cleanser smell the whole time we were there. Nothing bad, but very noticeable as you first enter the room. Good value for the location; gal that checked us in was very nice and very helpful!

we visited Colorado for the spring break, and after staying in Colorado Springs we moved north to Denver and Boulder. and we wanted to stay in a place near boulder but cheaper than staying in the city. so we end up in Louisville and w enjoyed it. the hotel is 15 Min from Boulder with a quick in and out toward the Highway. A number of restaurants just few minutes driving away from the Hotel including Chipotle, Chinese, fast food places. Our favorite was an Indian Nepal Restaurant just across the Street from the hotel. please make sure to eat there if you pass by. they have the best food ever.

I have stayed there several times as an easy and clean and economic alternative to the Boulder motels. On my last visit I forgot my laptop charger in my room. I called late the night I was unpacking my bags and got a nice young man who found the charger in the lost and found. Even though it was his last day working for the company, he said would leave a note to have the day shift take care of it. The charger arrived today, along with my belt which I had also forgot. I am so happy for the good and considerate service.

it was a nice stay, the gentleman at night time, didnt get his name :/ but he helped me with my rewards number when imputing it and he gave me excellant service! im an employee at best western capistrano in and i make sure i greet all of my guest during check with a smile on my face and my attitude up to par. i wish i was greeted like that when i stayed there but then again it was 2 am so iunderstand.

We have stayed here a couple of times while visiting relatives in town. The staff is exceptionally friendly, rooms clean and comfortable and breakfasts provided very good. We recommend highly. Sign is a little difficult to see so makes finding the motel a little difficult.

My stay was perfect in every way: from check in to check out, I felt safe, happy and pleasantly blessed by every staff member. The room was perfect, very quite, appointed well in every way: from the coffee maker to the hair dryer, from the pillows to the mattress. From the Wi Fi reception to the quietness, this was a perfect place to rest while on a 2 day business trip.

Very decent accommodation, better than average breakfast, but the walls are paper thin. You get to hear everything in the next room, and I do mean EVERYTHING. The king suite makes for a comfortable extended stay.

Stayed on a short personal trip to Boulder. It is exactly what you would expect. Nothing great, just a clean room for a reasonable price. Location was nice because it was close to Boulder but not at the Boulder hotel prices! Clean room and nice welcoming staff. Close to shopping and places to eat.

We had a family Christmas gift exchange in our room, so the room was able to hold all seven of us comfortably. Breakfast was tasty and well prepared, I woke to the smell of bacon cooking! yum yum!

I wanted to find a hotel that was convenient for visiting CU-Boulder but not too expensive. This fit the bill! A quick drive down the highway to Boulder but much cheaper than the hotels in Boulder. Nice rooms, very clean and quiet, easy access to the highway (even by back roads from Boulder - much less traffic!), wonderful staff. Even the pool was meticulously clean. I will definitely be staying here when I visit and spend the money I save on some of the great restaurants in Boulder!

I stayed about a week and was extremely satisfied. My room and the entire facility was meticulously clean every day. The breakfast consisted of the usual hotel fare, was well stocked and delicious. Hot beverages were always available. It was an excellent location near shopping, eateries, and the freeway. This isn't a luxury facility but it superseded my expectations, was an excellent value with helpful staff and I would definitely return.

I spent a little under a week at the Best Western PLUS in Louisville, Colorado to visit my boyfriend's family -- his sister just had a baby girl. The hotel was right around the block from their home. I had such a pleasant experience here. The staff was beyond great -- so helpful, so friendly. They made me and my boyfriend feel at home. The rooms were simple in terms of decor, but spotless -- one of my main concerns when choosing a hotel. Sure, it was not "luxury" but it did the job! I would definitely stay here again if need be.

I requested a quiet room and was assigned a room across the laundry and it was noisy in the middle of the night. I asked the front desk desk for room change and was told the motel was full. I do not it was the case because half of the parking lot was empty.

My wife and I stayed at this awesome Best Western in 2013 for a week and loved it. Now we are back two years later and this is still one of the best values in the Boulder, CO area (Boulder itself is cool, but way to expensive). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and very well equipped. The rates are great.

My husband and I were looking for a mid-range price hotel to stay in while visiting family in the Boulder area and found this gem. We travel with our chocolate lab and it is not always easy to find quality accommodations that are also dog friendly. This Best Western has a limited number of rooms available for folks with pets; we were given a first floor room right next to a side exit which made our "trips outside" super easy, without ever having to cross any lobby areas! Sweet! Aside from the pet aspect, this is a great hotel; very attractive, friendly staff, one of the best complimentary breakfasts, and a location very close to shopping, restaurants, and Boulder attractions. We have found our new home whenever we visit this area.

The room is very spacious and the decor is nice. The staff is friendly and the little touches like cookies in the lobby make a stay here quite nice. It isn't too far from Boulder and therefore makes it a good alternative to the high prices in Boulder. There are lots of restaurants very close by, so there is no need to travel for meals.

We stayed here before our return flight to UK. Hotel is clean, comfortable, warm, and quiet. Beds are comfortable, bathroom clean. Free wifi is good and fast. Staff all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but basic. There are plenty of restaurants nearby some with discounts if you show your room key. There is also a pool and fitness gym but we did not use them.

Our mini vacation to Colorado was fun, and we tried to do it on a shoestring budget. This Boulder to Denver airport area was full of very expensive hotels so I spent a fair amount of time searching for something under $100.00. This hotel kept popping up and was right in the price range I needed. Being a light sleeper I was pleased they tried to honor my request for a quiet room. It was easy to find, not far from historic downtown, clean, room smelled fresh, sheets were crisp and we had a quiet night's sleep. The breakfast was the usual spread, but they also had donuts and hot chocolate packs so I made myself a mocha coffee.....fun! One thing I never see was the housekeeping staff getting themselves some food for breakfast. Now you may or may not like this idea, but I thought this showed they valued their workers by allowing them some food. The housekeepers work long hours and are often undervalued so this raised the hotel in my estimation. Thumbs up on this particular Best Western!

Nice, clean rooms and quiet. Great complementary cookies but you have to be there at the right time because they are gone fast. Good breakfast with good variety. A little difficult to find as the Best Western sign is small and hard to see. Not a lot of choice in the immediate area for food.

Originally, we planned a short stop in Louisville; but we were so pleased with the atmosphere, accommodations and service at this hotel, we ended up staying here for several nights. Luckily for us, the weather was still rather warm, so the outdoor pool and hot tub remained open for our entire stay. I understand it often closes sometime in September for the season depending on the weather. Coffee, tea and water always available in the lobby; very thoughtful reminder for guests to keep drinking at this altitude; buffet breakfast sufficient and continuously replenished. Evening cookies a popular treat. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff always available, friendly and helpful. Several good restaurants within the few blocks near the hotel, and more in the older, downtown Louisville area, which is a couple of miles drive. Great public golf course 1/2 mile down the road from hotel. Some rooms are a bit smaller than others, depending on location in the hotel. Smaller rooms should replace the square table with a narrower one, so guests don't keep bumping into the corners. Right off I-25, which currently is a mess of construction, but did not interfere with our stay. What a relief to return to the relaxing, quieter area of Louisville after the traffic of Boulder. And, the cost in gas, for the 10 minute drive to Boulder, was decidedly less than what a Boulder hotel would have cost. Thanks for making our stay such a pleasant one Mark! We will certainly stay here again, if we return to Boulder area.

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. It's close to work and shopping. Internet/breakfast are free and it's pet friendly so those are always a pluses to me. The rooms are a little too dark for me, in that there's just not a lot of sunlight. Need to do a bit better with cleaning but I always travel with Clorox wipes so that helps. I travel for work often and stay in a lot of hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

I will definitely stay again! This is, hands down, the best bang for the buck. There was a large group of teen boys staying just across the hall, but my room was quiet and I never heard a peep all night. Hats off to the quality of the hotel and kids in the neighborhood!

This is an excellent hotel near CU Boulder. The staff is very attentive, the hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was one of the better hotel serve yourself breakfasts we've had. There are several hotels in this area and we have tried many of them, this one is our top choice. Easy parking and access to the freeway.

This is definitely not a luxury hotel, so there are a number of small downsides to it. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud. The curtain rod for the shower was loose. Overall, it was fine for the one night I stayed on my way through Colorado. Plus, it was cheaper than staying in Boulder, which was nice. The location is pretty good, but it was a little tricky getting in and out because there's road construction all around the area right now.

Located in a shopping area that is pretty generic, this hotel was easy to find. It provided clean,comfortable rooms at a good price. The room had a table and 2 chairs in addition to the usual bed/desk/dresser furniture, which was a nice addition. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and had a vanity large enough for toiletries. Friendly staff, free breakfast with the usual assortment of offerings, and plenty of electric outlets added to this complete offering. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel has decent staff, comfy, clean beds. The breakfast was hot, and filling. If your're hungry, I REALLY recommend BAO across the street. The mountain views were very pretty, and with a grocery store across the street, it saves you money on going out every day.

The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good with much more variety than we expected. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Both my wife and I were very impressed with the room and the staff. The hotel was one of the highlights of the trip.
