Best Western Plus Stoneridge Inn & Conference Centre

Our third stay at this Inn. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location, close to South London and St Thomas. Room was spotless and housekeeping did a fantastic job from day to day. However, with all the good there was 1 bad thing. Bell Fibe TV, sucks, seriously embarrassing, laughably minimal channels 90's re-runs and a soothing aquarium channel (sarcasm). Bring your own chrome-cast and use the free WiFi to watch your own You-tube or Netflix.

I just had to put in a review for this Hotel . We decided to get a hotel in St Thomas rather then drive home . We got to the Best Western at 9pm and Alfonso was at the front desk . ( He puts the best in Best Western. ) Alfonso went above and beyond to make sure our night was enjoyable. We had told him why we were down and how exhausted we were . He asked if we had had dinner ( we couldn't even remember when we had lunch ) Alfonso called the restaurant to have them stay open for us to get dinner . The Executive Chef came out and said not to worry they will get us dinner . We had Chicken Pennè and it was Delicious . I can not say enough about this Best Western . If you are needing a room don't look any further as you can not do any better . The bed is extremely comfortable and the room was very clean . It also includes a hot breakfast in the morning. Thank You Alfonso we WILL be seeing you again .

My initial approach was at night in the dark and I wasn't too sure how my stay would go... I was pleasantly surprised and my expectations were surpassed. My room was comfortable and clean, and the restaurant was incredible. Great stay!

Quiet, clean, safe, friendly front desk staff. Bathroom needs bit of an upgrade. Close to Wonderland Road to London attractions. Breakfast was good. Nice lobby. Ample parking. Beds comfortable mattresses.

This Best Western is very clean & well maintained. Lobby has a beautiful sitting area in front of a traditional fireplace. The Christmas decor added a the festive atmosphere. We took family photos here and they made for wonderful memories. The breakfast is better than what I have been used to at other hotels that include hot breakfast. There is lots of variety, everything is fresh including pastries. The coffee is delicious & there are several fresh juices & even fresh fruit to choose from. The restaurant is classic European style with relaxing piped in music & beautifully appointed.. It is buffet style & only real dishes & cutlery is used. Our room was very clean & the beds were super comfortable. We used the mini fridge & microwave without issues. The only thing we would have like is a small table but there really was no space for one, though we had a desk & office chair. We had access to handicap parking, a wheelchair was available for my 89 year old mother (nice surprise) & they even provided a bath chair for her within 5 minutes of asking if they had one (2nd surprise)! Hotel is quiet and the staff is very attentive & helpful. Also, it is located right off the highway but it was a bit challenging to get off the ramp when we arrived at midnight because the exit is not well lit (not the fault of the hotel). We enjoyed our stay and will consider coming back in future if the price is within reason.

For the price stay somewhere else. Front reception and lobby were clean and up to date. Rooms were clean and again updated nicely. Bed was not very comfortable, and not a good quality mattress. The bedding was great. Everything was clean and fresh. Bathroom was great. The door to the rooms ( not just mine ) would slam so hard when you let go. Many times during the night when smokers would come in or out I'd wake up because of the doors slamming. Breakfast plain just sucked. The eggs were runny and sausage had no flavour. The only good thing about it was that the coffee was hot. Honestly not a bad place but for what they charge per night it sure is not worth it. Then there's a 19.99 service fee. That is kind of the cherry on top of why I stopped staying at Best Western all together.

Staying at the Bestwestern Stoneridge in London, Ontario was very pleasant and exceeded our expectations. All staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms were immaculately kept and clean. It was a very pleasant experience. If you are planning a visit to the restaurant located on site, you may wish to check whether it is open. We heard it was very nice, but unfortunately it was closed on the Sunday we stayed. Location for us was excellent as we were picking up a travel trailer at CanAm, just down the road, but the hotel is a little farther out from other amenities.

I was incredibly impressed by this Best Western. While the hotel is right off the 401, the room was incredibly quiet, the place was spotless and the morning breakfasts that were included in the price were amazing. A plus was the dinner at the on-site restaurant. My mouth still waters as I think of the salmon dinner.

Although the venue is very nice and the chapel is lovely, please be aware that if you book here for a wedding venue and your plans change (in that you no longer require the facility), you will NOT receive any refund whatsoever. Even if the venue is well over a year and a half in advance, not one dime will be refunded back to you. Our daughter planned her wedding at this locale and her plans changed. The wedding was in October 2024 and it was booked in January 2023. When the plans were changed in April 2023, even though it was well over 1.5 years away, no money was refunded of the $2500 she put down for the deposit. Despite several appeals to the CEO/Owner of the facility to show some compassion for the situation at hand, all efforts were in vain and she (owner/CEO) simply kept referring to the "no refund" policy. This is simply a heads up to be aware of what you are signing up for. There is a very strict "no refunds" policy that they absolutely refuse to budge on, despite the circumstances and no amount of appeals will deter them from their policy.

I've been a frequent traveler since 1998. I joined the Best Western hotels because they accommodated us when we traveled with our golden retriever. Now retired, we travel south for the winter and occasionally to Green Bay to visit our daughter. That said, we stayed at this hotel on our way back from GB. Excellent hotel, very clean, polite and courteous staff and wonderful restaurant. Best breakfast EVER.

I stayed for 2 nights and SEEN ALOT in that short amount of time. ROOMS were cleaned very nice, pillows were soft. We stayed in a 2 queen on the 2nd floor. Toilet was having trouble flushing/weak ELEVATOR was dirty and loud. SOME STAFF were very nice while others were not! Housekeepers are very friendly!! Had a positive experience with Lisa (that's what her name tag said) and another younger woman with pink hair! Pink haired woman was very polite and dropped what she was doing to help with the tv in my room! On the other hand another young woman, very short, was cross and very loud while cleaning in our hall. I understand it has to be done but it seemed aggressive? Speaking of aggression.... the head chef I do belive (?), I over heard a conversation between him (larger man with glasses, possible French accent) and another cook and I DID NOT like his attitude, seemed miserable! Young woman chef with dark hair was VERY FRIENDLY !! Additionally the front desk staff were very polite! I belive her name was Stacey? Young woman was professional and very welcoming BREAKFAST was great! Nice walk down a long hall with AMAZING ART WORK on display. The food was fresh and tasted amazing! Public rest room had a flooded toilet in the women's and it was LEAKING ONTO THE FLOOR !!! DISGUSTING. To be fair when I left I belive Maintenance was heading that direction but still not a pleasant sight for the eyes! Or toes if you were wearing sandels!!!! OVERALL my stay was fine but the staff seem divided between great and awful. Hopefully the owner is able to see this and deal with some of the issues! And give the mentioned above staff a raise OR ATLEAST A PAT ON THE BACK!

I came to London to purchase clothing for a movie I'm producing. I wanted some place trustworthy so I paid a little bit extra for the Best Western name. This hotel is by the side of the highway. There are no other businesses within a 20 minute drive. The rooms themselves are outdated. You could film the Shining here. The room had two cute steampunk lamps. One of them was broken so I had to use my cellphone as a flashlight to unpack. The toilet did not flush. The room was not cleaned even by 5:00. My room was right near reception and I still had to search for towels. Children ran up and down the hallway unattended. Parents sat in lawn chairs outside my window (main floor) in the parking lot smoking and drinking. Staff was beyond apathetic and offered no remedies. I left that night to drive home so I could sleep. Avoid this place at all costs. Especially at the prices they are charging.

It has a wonderful free breakfast in their dining room which is better than the normal Best Western hotel which itself is better than other midrange hotels. I stayed 2 nights in a king bed room. It cost $443.22 with tax for the two nights. It has 2 Tesla free chargers and 2 regular EV chargers. Good cooling/heating units that don't blow all the time. Satellite tv but a little complicated. My room was close to the 401 highway so a little noisy.

Would never recommend this hotel. Our room has multiple spiders and ants and then we found a tick. Took it to the front desk who offered us a bottle of water to go. I declined and spoke to manger who said he would look into a voucher toward future stay and get back to me in day or two. 2 weeks later no follow up. I contact the hotel again and he mangers falsely claims I was offered a $25 restaurant gift card. I was not. Even still, what terrible compensation for bugs such as ticks. The hotel claims they have inspected the hotel and it meets standards. Pathetic. The manger has been nothing by difficult and unhelpful and this entire hotel should be avoided. Everything about this hotel is disappointing and subpar.

Great Staff, Cleaners and wait staff. Comfortable Beds. Breakfast was great the wife enjoyed turkey sausages with peppers. staff was friendly and the place was clean. no internet problems at all. King size bed was extremely comfortable.

Amazing hotel to host your hockey team for surrounding area tournaments. Our U11 rep team stayed there and booked one of the conference rooms for the boys and food. Great experience. Breakfast buffet was top notch.

Clean room, very quiet, exceeded my expectations. Friendly a d welcoming staff. Excellent location. I slept soundly in the quiet room. The hotel is close to the 401 highway and I wa i.pressed that I could not hear traffic noise from my roo.

The Hotel was great! The front desk staff were fast, efficient, and helpful, and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated the shower was above average and the bed was the best hotel bed I have ever experienced! I must mention that Stephanie, Darren, and Alonzo at the front desk deserve to be mentioned. They were all excellent! Many thanks!!

Amazing venue for a wedding. The complex includes, chapel, restaurant/lounge, banquet room, small gym and more. The staff was friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Our request to have our room near friends of ours (often ignored in my experience), was brought to our attention at check in and they were next door to us.

This hotel is an 8 min drive to London, on an attractive, spacious property. It was clean, attractive and all staff were super. There is an Italian restaurant on site and it was great. Breakfast was a standard hotel selection. The lobby has a lounge area were people can sit and talk. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet.

No idea who thought it would be okay to put a woman's church group right next to someone's room, but that person should be fired. We were woken up Saturday morning to a conference room, directly next to our room, filled with women signing as loud as they possibly could without any concern about people trying to sleep. This is a hotel, not a church. People come here to sleep after long drives. To be woken up to such disregard was infuriating. I also made sure to note the problem with the front desk over the phone and in person, the staff apologized but there was no attempts at trying to adjust the bill for such poor planning on someone's part.

Thank you for a great stay. We had a wedding reception in one of your halls, and everything went great. The staff were very respectful, kind and shared a few laughs with everyone. They were accommodating to the people with accessible needs, and that was appreciated by all. The front desk staff were efficient, and kind. They were there to help answer questions, and guide us to where we needed to be. The location across from the chapel was perfect. Thank you all, again. The wedding went along perfectly, followed by a great reception in a beautiful hall.

I was staying for work and when I got there at 6pm there was no parking because of a Conference happening. when I asked where can I park I was told that there would be parking when the conference people went home. My room had a broken Soap dish and the shower was like a cave. I went down for the breakfast and noticed that the Meat that they served was cold as well as the eggs. Seemed like the kitchen staff was recycling the food from the day before. I have stayed in many Best westerns and this has been the worst in my opinion.

Stayed 1 night here, the hotel is great and has an elevator for the 2nd floor (and stairs). The parking lot is large which was good as we had a trailer. The room was clean and nice. Every staff person we met was friendly and helpful. There is an attached restaurant, it is clean and service is excellent. However the Supper was disappointing, the main dishes had hardly any meat in them, compared to other Italian restaurants (Olive Garden), and nothing included with the main dish. There are not any other restaurants close by, and we had a trailer, so tried the restaurant for supper. For the included breakfast the restaurant is great, lots of choice, buffet style, and coffee and juice is served by a staff member.

I'm giving this a 5-star rating relative to other Best Western properties I've visited; this was easily the best. The gentleman at the front desk was splendidly helpful, and we did have a lot of questions: Is the guest laundry available? (It was.) Can you give me change, in quarters, from an American $20 bill to pay for the guest laundry. (Yes, but without consideration for the favorable American exchange rate, but I was in no mood to quibble over a few bucks). Can you direct us to the on-site electric vehicle charger? (He walked my friend out the front door to show him exactly where it was.) The desk clerk was patient and cheerful in allowing me (during a lull in lobby traffic) to trade in my accumulation of small Canadian change into Loonies, and the growing number of Loonies into bills. The room was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was good and the included breakfast buffet was fine (and would have probably been better had we not waited until the last minute). The hotel seemed pretty new and is convenient to the 401 expressway as well. One oddity: The fact that our room # was 3xx didn't mean we were on the third floor (which doesn't exist). It's simply the 300 wing (which happens to be on the ground floor). Your desk clerk was clear this up for, and heck, this property isn't so vast that you will stay puzzled for long.

The day time staff were extremely rude and passive. While waiting patiently as 2 customers were already at the counter, the girl behind the desk leans around and looks at me and says "um can I help you with something?" In a very rude tone. I said I just need to check into my room. She did not respond or acknowledge what I said and went back to helping the 1st customer. The night time/ early morning staff were incredible. When I called to ask to borrow chairs for getting ready for my wedding the man I talked to had them at our door in under 5 minutes. I booked a whole block of rooms as most of my guests came from out of town. When I or any guest asked about early check in the staff were extremely rude saying "we don't do that here". Check in was supposed to be 3 but as guests were arriving they were told they were not allowed to check in until 4. Many were also told over the phone that it was okay to arrive early as some rooms are cleaned they are able to fill them. But at arrival were told otherwise (again I would say very rudely)

Drove several hours to attend a wedding in the area. The wedding paid for shuttles to the venue and were told the rooms would be ready before 2PM so everyone out of town could get ready prior to the ceremony. The cermony was at 315PM. Was greeted by an EXTREMELY rude staff member and "the Manager" (Looked like a guy from Mami Vice) and was told the check in time was 4PM and we were "Screwed" but were welcome to check in at 1am when we returned. Unacceptable

My husband and I celebrated our wedding here this past weekend & it was the most magical day! The staff was incredible to work with & the crew did an amazing job decorating the reception room! Thank you for everything! Highly recommend!

The best hotel experience I have had in a long time. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and exceptional cleanliness. Complimentary breakfast has a lot of choice and was delicious. Supper in the restaurant was superb as well.

After long day of travel, this provided perfect en route location, as it was easy access from hwy. Extremely kind and helpful desk reception and clean and spacious reception area. Room was very clean, we'll furnished, and well maintained. Initial closed room odour quickly vanished by turning on AC unit. Included hot breakfast was served by friendly hostess, keen to serve. Would definitely return if in area again.

I called at the last minute and was accommodated immediately. Great room, great restaurant, clean and welcoming. Don't hesitate!!! Try the creme brûlée, you won't be disappointed! Missed breakfast but I'm sure it's lovely as well

I never really felt like I was acknowledged as a guest. No real "instructions" at check in. Had to find the elevator, restaurant, wifi info, etc on my own. I had asked if I would be able to check in early bc I would be coming from out of town and would need to get ready for a wedding. I was assured that rooms are usually ready ahead of 4 p.m. Not so. I ended up getting dressed and doing my makeup in the public bathroom. Then we sat waiting in the lobby waiting for our room. I finally approached the desk bc we were running short on time before we left for the wedding and asked if my room was ready, and it was like the first time she'd ever spoken to me. NO personal touch. NO attention to details. Guests on the phone were taken as priority over guests standing at the desk.

I had a pleasant time during my stay here. Our room was clean and we had no issues. We decided to stay here because we were attending a wedding that was being held at this location, and the rooms met my expectations and I was happy with how my stay turned out.

Responsive staff for conference needs. Friendly front desk and restaurant staff. Although 20-30 minutes from airport, the location was right off the hiway for easy access. All encompassing amenities, ample parking and shuttle option made it perfect to focus at the meetings.

When we checked-in the room, it had a strong dirty smell, damp cloth like smell, we informed the front desk, they came to the room, agreed that there was a smell but couldn't change our room as there was wedding in the hotel and all rooms were booked. He sprayed room freshener, which had a worse spell and we spent two nights with that spell. Very poor hospitality

Clean and comfortable rooms right off 401. Friendly service and great location. We have stayed here many times and never been disappointed. Would definitely recommend this hotel for business or leisure.

Just outside London Ontario this hotel had a great restaurant where we got 2 pizza's which we ate in our room . Excellent pizza with enough for lunch the following day . Room was large , quiet and comfortable , staff were very helpful

This was the perfect wedding venue this past weekend. The entire team at the hotel were amazing. No question or request went unanswered and it was so convenient to have everything in one location. If you are planning a wedding in the area I would highly recommend this venue. You won't be disappointed!

Close to highway for travelling . Central location to London or to St. Thomas & Port Stanley. Large comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Free parking. All you can eat breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay again. Good value.

Consistent with our last two visits the Best Western Stoneridge Inn offered the perfect stay for our visit to St Thomas and London. The staff were, and are, polite, helpful and always ready with a kind word or greeting. The hospitality staff do all the hard work we left at home, ensuring our space was clean and safe and that everything was in working order. Looking forward to our next visit!

I cant believe they served us nothing really for breakfast on the go... baglea with no toaster. The place smelled like Marijuana. Definitely disappointed with my overall stay was so hungry had to go to tims because they had nothing for us to eat. The water smelled weird so we has the buy water bottles. Had to shower and it smelled weird.

Beautiful chapel and gorgeous setting Natalie Zima helped make our wedding day very rememberable! She looked after our every need! Pesto restaurant is an absolute must go!!! Food and service would be an 11 in my book

Always a pleasure to stay here whenever I am in the area. There is an inviting ambience when I enter the lobby like coming home. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. This hotel has everything I need.

Next to hwy 401. About 20 min from downtown London. Convenient stopover travel location if heading to Windsor or USA. Very nice fitness room. Large lounge reception area. Comfortable beds and pillows as usual.

Came to this hotel for a night with my family. Our room smelled of old musty clothes, addressed with front desk and they sprayed the room. Which didn't do a thing for the odor, had to rewash our bags and clothing once we were home, the smell was so bad. No hot water for shower, and toilet would barely flush. Room was run down... I would xpect the same at a motel. Came to lobby in morning for "hot breakfast" it was 9am and breakfast was to be served until 10:30 am. Breakfast was a glorified continental breakfast, and hot food was put in containers.. which there were only two left and we were told there would be no more food available. For was soggy and bland. We will never visit this location again. And I'll be sure to not recommend in future to anyone looking for a nice stay at a hotel. This is not the place to go.

Hotel is located right off of 401. Lots of parking. Front desk staff was very easy ro deal wirh. Ray was very helpful. Room was very clean and nicely appointed. Bed was comfortable. Definitely will be staying again.

This is a really great place to stay. The room was spacious. The temperature in the room was set very comfortable for our arrival. The people at the desk were very welcoming when we checked in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for the first time in July, now again in August, and we've booked for Sept. with car club friends for an event. Tons of parking, superb restaurant, great front desk service, clean rooms, away from the hustle and bustle. Everything we want.

We had a very comfortable four night stay at this BW in St Thomas. Staff were very helpful right from our initial phone call request for a room, EV charging during our stay to check out extended by one day. All staff were very pleasant, professional and welcoming.

From the outside, it doesn't look like much. Stayed here as it is the closest proximity to sons home in Rodney. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Keyless entry cards that actually worked ! Check in hassle free and easy. No housekeeping service due to COVID. Breakfast your usual cereals, fruit, bagels. A vegan breakfast sandwich option would have been nice. (Even peanut butter) Will definitely stay again!

Room was very clean, staff were very friendly. receptionist at check in and check out were polite and very helpful to solve my issues. The appearance of the hotel is not the greatest but the area of lobby and reception was very nice, modern and clean. Overall I had a good experience staying at this hotel and I definitely stay here next time.

This hotel has all the amenities that I need. It is close to the highway & close to London. The room was very clean, the bed comfy & a great breakfast to pick up & take back to my room to eat. the staff is very friendly. I have stayed here several times & will again.

I like this hotel a lot. It's quiet and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and TV actually has a programming guide. Very accommodating. Food from the restaurant is ok but nothing spectacular. I would assume that if there wasn't a province wide shutdown that perhaps the food experience would be better.... like, not in takeout boxes where it gets soggy and maybe more of a selection. Anyway, stay here! It's great.

They don't check for proper ID, so I don't know how secure the property is if they don't concern themselves in membership care and security. Whoever was using my rewards points got a nice stay on their neglect for customer security....

Our room was comfortable and I was able to charge my electric car while there too. Plenty of breakfast items available. Restaurant on site is expensive but decent food. Not sure if price was because of Covid, but paid barely $100 after tax for a Kimg room.

I hadn't stayed in a hotel prior to C-19 and I didn't know what to expect. Clean, I got reward points (I'm a junkee for posts) and the breakfast offering in the morning was not what I expected. Blew my socks off!!!! So yummy. There was this delicious breakfast wrap and banana bread that i was writing poetry over it was so good!!

We highly recommend this Best Western Hotel. The service was excellent, rooms are very nice, staff are friendly and professional. Convenient location just off the Highway close to town. If you are travelling through this area you wont be disappointed if you book at this hotel.

The home should offer free rooms for heatlhcare workers that come to their community from far. I paid a lot of money just for sleeping for a couple of hours. I have called and begged the staff there for a discount but no way..... We should not call nurses heroes for nothing.

We had a great stay. We booked very last minute and everything went very smoothly. Although the location isn't great and the best western plus doesn't have a pool, everything else was really great. Front desk workers were lovely and we would definitely stay again!

Good place to stay but somewhat off the beaten path but not hard to find. Excellent Italian restaurant next door. Room clean and comfortable. Quiet heater. Only problem was needing a Phd to operate the TV remote to change channels.

I have stayed many times at this Best Western location and this time was the same wonderful experience, from the moment you park, to checking in, to addressing any small concern or question you may have, to the seamless checkout. The beds and the rooms are so comfortable!

This is great place to stay specially to park your transport truck or big vehicle. Easy access of hwy 401 and safe to stay in parking for few days . They have breakfast including and restaurant in same building

Check-in was a breeze as was check-out. Glitches in the room (broken safe and inoperable shower-head for mobility challenged too stiff to access) were reported and staff were there within 3 minutes to fix. Very friendly group of people.

The staff at this hotel are great people that go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We had a great stay, hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. We stayed during the COVID-19 pandemic and all their safety measures were in place and we felt safe and comfortable here. We already booked for our next stay in a few weeks when we need to go back to London for work.

We asked Front Desk clerk Michael Cameron for a second roll toilet paper and he told us to finish the one in room the first, so we hoped we would not need one in the middle of the night – we are seniors! Gave him HALF-full box tissues from our room and asked if he would please replace it with FULL one - he said he was very busy & would, if he had time - he never did!

We had booked a 2 evening stay, but, ended up deciding to leave after the first evening. Not sure what the issue was with the bathroom in the room we were given. A smell of septic venting into bathroom. This forced us to keep fan on in the bathroom, and keep door shut. Hotel in great shape, but, this issue will keep me from recommending it to friends and family. Hotel also a fair distance from restaurants.

If you are visiting London Ontario and need somewhere to stay, please visit the Best Western Plus Stone ridge Inn. Its amazing. The staff and the service is just like being at home. Everything from checking in, breakfast, fine dinning is geared towards making your stay pleasant.

HORRIBLE experience Best Western Stone Ridge. Stole over $300 worth of designer makeup. Back and forth on phone with numerous excuses!!!! Found my charger in my room, but funny no makeup bag. Staff cleaning rooms was all female. There was also a horrible smell entering g the room. Note the hotel runs on a septic system so the smell was human waste !!!!

Too many kids running around at night from Hockey Teams..pasted 10pm...no control from there parents and team reps...great to see they are having fun and a good time...bit there are other people that are staying in the hotel...

This hotel was excellent. Rooms were clean. Customer service was excellent. Buffet Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Fitness centre was good. I would highly recommend this hotel. Location is good right off highway 401.

The nicest reception staff! It is a beautiful hotel and the overall experience was excellent value!!! Our stay felt like a quaint small town atmosphere! I would 100% definitely recommend staying here!

Very impressed, comfortable, clean, modern amenities. Fantastic hot buffet breakfast. Wonderful staff. Loved the decor especially at Christmas time. Fireplace gave the foyer a warm cosy ambience. Easily located off the highway. I'd stay again for sure. Best hotel on our road trip all the way from Texas.

The hotel is just out of town and well worth it. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff are great and the room was nicely decorated. One nice touch is that the TV is actually HD resolution with a wide variety of cable channels.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! Comfy beds, friendly staff, very clean and delicious breakfast. There were four of us staying and we each had our own room. All of us were very impressed with this hotel.

We stayed at this Best Western property in 2017 and liked it then with our only complaint being its isolation. Knowing that now, we still decided to stay there on this visit since it is a very nice place to stay. Looking at a map and considering other options, it prevailed that the destination we planned to visit three times during our stay (London Hunt and Golf Club) was just as accessible from this hotel as from the alternatives. Knowing this, its isolation from the hubbub of the city was more of an asset than a detriment. The service at the front desk remains stellar and the amenities in our room are Best Western standard, meaning very good. Breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was good with above average options in my opinion. We were late in arriving one evening due to a Garmin malfunction during which we lost our appetites. We did enjoy a light meal of soup and appetizers in the restaurant. It is deemed to be among the best in London. There are a variety of snacks, drinks and other amenities at the front desk, an obvious acknowledgment by management that one can't just walk down the street to get something they might require of that sort. Should we ever return to London for a third time, this is where we'd stay!

Our 2 night stay was a disappointment due to very poor housekeeping.. Shortly after check in , we reported the toilet seat was almost falling off ! It was then temporarily repaired with a promise to replace it the next day...hello...that did not happen.! We advised the chamber maid at 10:30 we would be gone for 3 hours. Upon our return, our room was not made up. At 3:30 pm, , with guests in our room, we were asked if we wanted the room made up ! A LITTLE LATE. ! After using 3 Kleenex, the box was empty ! No back up box was there . Underwhelming ! Will not return .

This was the worst hotel I've stayed in. The room was freezing even after having someone look at it saying the a/c was still on. They didn't fix the issue we froze all night. Then breakfast was a joke it was the worst from the eggs being mush and others tasting like soap. Also no arrange of food to choice from.

This Best Western appears to have gone through a recent renovation. Our room was nicely appointed, the bed comfortable, a Keurig with 4 pods in the room, heating and a/c unit quiet, wi-fi good. Bathroom was spotless, but older construction allows a lot of plumbing noise from adjacent rooms. No TV channel listing in the room -- a minor irritation. Lighting is dim, not good for reading. Need to get rid of the old CFL's and install brighter LED's. As a conference center, photocopy and faxing services are available, as are a complimentary computer and printer. (We were unable to print our boarding passes, however, due to a software limitation.) Currency exchange (US) is available at the front desk. The in-house Pasto's Grill looks good -- room service menu also available with plenty of choices. Complimentary breakfast is available here. A fitness area has lots of machines for guest use. On the whole, this BW is a good value, but if you're a light sleeper, be wary of truck traffic noise, as it is located very close to Hwy 401. The noise is particularly noticeable if your heating a/c unit is turned off. Recommended

My wife and I had traveled 600+ miles from Indiana and were looking for a motel room. We looked at motel prices in London, Ontario area and saw Best Western Plus had a room with a queen bed listed for just over $90. We should have booked the room with TripAdvisor, but since we were in the parking lot of the motel, we decided to just go in and get a room. At the front desk I was told they only had one room left. It was a handy-cap accessible room with a queen bed. When I ask the price of the room, I was quoted a little over $160 Canadian with taxes etc. I asked if he had any other rooms or were there any other motels with rooms in the area. I was told there was a movie “shoot” going on in the area and there probably wasn't any other rooms. I was tired and didn't want to get back into the car, so I took the room, thinking: “After all I'm paying with US dollars, so it isn't really that much”. I received the actual receipt today and I paid $189.98 US. Moral of the story: Book online! Not at the Motel desk! The motel was nice; the room and bed were comfortable; the toilet wasn't handicap height (it was very low); the breakfast buffet the next morning was free and delicious.

Spacious lobby with preofessional carring staff. Room was very nice with a very comforable bed. The Italian restaurant on site had great food and service! My husband ordered the chicken alfredo and the dessert speical and both were yummy!

The Hotel itself was beautiful, clean and updated. The issue was with the decorator for the wedding. She seemed a bit unorganized and when she didn't have exactly what we asked for she would say, well maybe you could just use this instead. This had no bearing on the hotel itself, it was wonderful and staff were great, including the wedding co-ordinator and the desk staff

We stayed one night to attend a wedding on site. There were 3 weddings in one day there. An excellent venue. The Rose Chapel is just across the parking lot on the Inn property. There were 3 separate receptions going on simultaneously that night. The washrooms were located in the lobby but were not marked very plainly. There is a family washroom and for a while we thought it was the only one, as did others, so it was always in use. We ended up going to our room a few times until we found the main washrooms in the lobby area. Our reception room was very cold (Bring a sweater or wrap if you mind the A/C). The meal was delicious. We both had the beef (prime rib) and others said the chicken was also excellent. The servers were very professional, efficient and friendly. The drinks are quite expensive so be prepared for that. Have read other reviews prior to our stay regarding the great beds and pillows and they weren't wrong. Our room was really good with all the amenities you would want and we had a wonderful sleep - so good that we missed the complimentary breakfast! We opted to sleep in until 9:30 then take our time showering and packing up. We met others who did make it to breakfast and they said it was good. We would recommend this place for travelers or for a wedding.

We chose this location because we had stayed there before. It's very direct and it took us only 18 minutes to go across the city. This time we booked there because I had an early morning appointment the next day at the hospital and we were already in the London area for other reasons. The service was excellent, the room was comfortable and the restaurant on site is very good.

This was a stopover on the way to Ontario wine country. The hotel had quite a large lobby and a restaurant attached. It was definitely a step-up from some Best Westerns. The breakfast was actually served in the attached restaurant, Pasto's Grill. It was typical "fast food" breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals, muffins, etc) but seemed elevated because you were seated in an actual restaurant and not in the lobby. The service was very good. The room actually contained a blue recycle tub for your cans and bottles. I was impressed!

We checked in today and a very nice lady told us we had booked into a disabled room. We did not. Then she said she would rebook us into a king room which we had booked already but put us on the second floor because apparently the first floor us a “UPGRADE”. Considering the hotel was probably only 10 % full that is ridiculous. My night table light is burned out. All minor irritants. Of course after taking all the luggage upstairs found out the ice machine was on the first floor by the lobby. Silly you, Best Western.

We pulled off the highway due to the 401 closure and immediately came here. We were tired and fed up with the traffic we were dealing with all evening. We were able to get a room immediately and were given a spacious king room. The bed was so cozy, the pillows were fluffy and the tub was perfect depth to soak in after a long drive. My fiance went to the bar and loved the selection and atmosphere. Breakfast was included and it was a lovely buffet spread. Thank you for the last minute accommodations! We highly recommend this location!

It's a perfect spot! Whether it would be a wedding (with chapel on site) or a drop off spot from traveling you'll be very satisfied. The rooms were great the complimentary breakfast was amazing & the restaurant for supper was superb. Gluten free options were wonderful!

This Best Western in London, ON was excellent. Great room, dining and facilities. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. I will definitely stay here when I visit the town in the future when I come to see Shakespeare or when we bring the grandkids for a fun visit to Canada!

At home feeling at the Best Wester Plus Stonehenge hotel. Very quiet rooms, beds are comfortable. Food is excellent. Staff go out of their way to help you if you need help. Very at home, stress free visit. Very nice atmosphere.

Very pleasant stay. room were nice, clean and very quiet. food was delicious, nicely presented, fresh. Staff were polite, eager to help, and very welcoming.we used the conference room and all was very pleasant.

My husband, 7 month old were on a weeklong excursion of Ontario. We booked the motel last minute since we weren't sure where we were going to end up that night. We showed up at around 930 that night and Mike greeted us like an old friend. He told us that he had been waiting on us to arrive and got us squared away very quickly. He even helped us open a bottle of wine after we discovered we forgot our corkscrew. We had a delicious hot breakfast the next morning that was included with our stay. The coffee was amazing and the service was great.

I did not have a reservation when I arrived at the Stoneridge Inn at 11:00 pm but I was in a room within 15 minutes . The room was clean and smelled fresh. When I took a shower the next morning, I discovered that the towels were soft and thick which you do not often find. I had received a voucher for free breakfast which I took advantage of and was pleasantly surprised with the location and the food. I will definitely stop here again.

The beds here are amazingly comfortable. Pillows are nice and comfy with lots of padding and beds are soft without being total mush. We all slept wonderfully. The included breakfast was delicious with lots of options and we were all full and ready for the day. Only complaint was the extremely slow internet that kept dropping and took forever to connect.

The room was good and the front desk staff were helpful. My main concern was the signage to guide visitors to the entrance of the hotel. It took some driving around for us to find the entrance - maybe better signage would help. The next concerning thing was the breakfast. For whatever reason the breakfast items kept running out and were replenished pretty slowly. The options were also a bit limited for a BW Plus. You should also note that this hotel does not have an indoor pool which is also a bit weird for a BW Plus. I think this hotel is really just a regular BW with none of the frills of a BW Plus.

Here for a family wedding. An excellent choice of venue. Very pleased with the size and quality of our room: clean, comfortable and quiet. Well-trained and friendly staff. Wedding chapel literally across the carpark, and reception in the meeting rooms in the main hotel building. Nothing could have been better organized. Buffet breakfast and morning service excellent.

This hotel was another on the spur of the moment things as we decided to include London, Ontario into our trip. This hotel is well away from London and situated just off the main highway so more or less in the middles of the country side. Usual Best western livery and standards. We did have a problem with the toilet not flushing and it did take them over two or so hours to sort out. there was a wedding in progress and most of the staff were at that and only one girl was on reception. But it was sorted in the end. We were in room 202 which was at the front of the hotel and looked over the main car park. Otherwise a nice stay.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for a wedding. I'll start with the positives. The staff is very friendly, and the lobby is clean. The wifi connects easily, and there is a good selection of channels to choose from if you wish to watch TV. There is also a nice little gym room which is fantastic! However, this hotel is in the middle of NOWHERE. There is nothing in walking or driving distance if you want to explore...it is literally in the middle of nowhere. This hotel is so cold that you need to wear a sweater and sweat pants...and we went in AUGUST. We thought that perhaps it was just the lobby that was cold, but once we got upstairs to our room, not only were we greeted with an arctic breeze, but rather a rancid humid smell in the room. I can't explain to you how God awful the smell in the room was... if I could sum it up, it smelled like smelly, wet, socks, and wet dog. We thought that maybe it was just our room, but when we went to another family member's room, it was the exact same thing, and yes, they smelled it too. Aside from the foul smell, and the arctic temperature, the rooms are ridiculously small. The bathroom is literally the size of a closet. There was no soap in the bathroom, and barely enough towels or toilet paper. So, if you do decide to stay at this hotel, be certain that you have a room to yourself. The breakfast was another huge disappointment. The eggs were runny, soggy and tasteless. The waffles were ok, the potatoes were okay too. It was all very plain-jane. Not only that, but everyone that ate the breakfast began to have stomach issues soon after eating. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

my wife and i stayed at the best western plus stoneridge colonel talbot & burtwistle lane near 401 in london, ontario, canada. we stayed here for 3 nights in room 408(which is actually on the 2nd floor). the hotel is very clean. room was well-appointed with large king bed that was comfortable. pillows large, bulky, not the most comfortable(still have a sore neck). bathroom is nice. shower worked well. internet was easily connected and fast. tv was limited to 10 - 12 channels. no movie channels. a/c worked well. room was dark, mainly because the bedside and desk lamps(3 total) lights very dim. i had to put newspaper directly under the lamp to read it. our last morning, we noticed a ceiling light as you enter room. this light didn't work, likely b cos bulb burned-out. quiet room. maid was very accomodating. free breakfast was not good. our first morning friday 7/19, we were so disappointed in the breakfast, we didn't go back the other 2 days. eggs were dry and tasteless in a tortilla. sausage was kabasa(?), not good. no fresh fruit. coffee very weak. there was juice offered. the breakfast lady needs some customer service training; she talked loudly and not welcoming. price was alittle high, $85 usd, especially b cos hotel sits out, away from nearest city(4 miles). nothing near to walk or drive to. coffeemaker in room. most hotels we stay in, have coffee offered 24hrs in lobby.

Please, make something to get rid of odor and humidity. It is awfull. It is sad because the renovation was very well done and with taste. The furniture is new. No eggs for breakfast except in the wrap, no fruits, no cheese, no croissant.

We got great service from Holly at the front desk, who made sure everything we needed was taken care of. She was very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and everything worked the way it was supposed to. Our only real issue was that there is only one ice machine, and that was on a different floor than the one that we were on. Nonetheless, we slept comfortably and well, and every employee that we interacted with on the way out was also friendly and helpful. We'd recommend.

I recently stayed here for one night with my husband and son, we had visited storeybook gardens and friends and decided to spend the night and head to greenview averies the next day. The location is perfect right off the 401, friendly staff, the hotel is spotless clean, nice rooms,and a delicious breakfast the next morning. I would highly recommend this hotel, and will be back myself!

The Hotel was very clean and well looked after, The staff are well trained and professional in their approach, This is a relatively new location, ( I am making an assumption here because everything appears new). My wife and I would definitely. stay here again. There is no night life you can walk to, but peace and quite, perfect

Checked in June 14,2019. We checked in on a 30 min notice. Stephanie was very accommodating and polite, even had a room ready for early check in. Check-in was painless and quick. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and well decorated. The beds are very comfortable with glorious sheets and pillows. The shower has the curved rod, so the shower curtain doesn't stick to you (it's the small things that count). The rooms are very quiet, you don't hear much noise from the hallways or other doors closing. Another desk clerk I would like to acknowledge is Hope. She was there on June 14, when we came back to the hotel after a long exhausting day. She found some polysporin to help my daughter and I. Not only did she greet us every night she was there with a smile, but she would stop doing whatever she was doing to make eye contact and ask us how our day was. Her guest relations skills are impeccable. The restaurant on site is Pasto's Grill. I highly recommend eating here often. There is not enough adjectives to describe how amazing the food is. Have the bruschetta, thee best I've had in my entire life. I will be back at the end of July 2019. I won't bother looking for another hotel.

Easy access and exit just off the 401. 15-20 minute drive to downtown London. Absolutely great front staff! Michael welcomed us as soon as we stepped in. Chatted while he was efficiently handling our reservation. Julie and the other front staff too were equally amazing. The room was clean and great. The large TV was great with the channels clearly marked on a laminated card. The USB port on the TV was useful as we forgot to take our phone charger unit or laptop :-) The on-site restaurant is a blessing and seems to be quite popular in the area. The room had a room service menu clearly displayed. Ample car parking available. Beautiful location. Great hot breakfast and very attentive staff at the restaurant. Finally, for any of you Bollywood fans, Michael at the reception resembles Shah Rukh Khan - half Indian and very polite and friendly.

Met with family from out of town for a one night's stay which has become a yearly tradition here. My husband and I checked in mid afternoon to be advised of a huge power outage in a portion of the city which was of no fault of the hotel. I dealt with Holly upon our arrival and it was obvious that she was in total control of a stressful situation dealing with other guests in almost total darkness. She handled herself very well under the circumstances dealing with phone calls, the internet which was almost non existant as well as waiting guests. We were offered to go to the other Best Western if we wanted, however with our past experience we were all very happy with this hotel and wanted to stay after being told the lights would come back on at 11pm. As a result, the Pasto's Grill was closing as it was unsafe for the staff cooking for the few customers they had in mid afternoon. So once the rest of the family arrived, we decided to order in pizza's from a local establishment on the recommendation of Holly and we were glad that we did. Our room faced the back and yes, the power did come back on at 11pm and all was back to normal. The room was very quiet and we actually had the best sleep ever even being so close to the 401 hwy but could not hear it at all. The staff on our check out was extremely friendly and helpful. I dealt with Nikki, Jacquie and Natalie,...the owner as well as 2 managers and they were all so very helpful, professional and took the time to discuss the events of the previous evening and to make sure that our stay was comfortable. I love the personal touch we get here,..they are all amazing. In the morning we are offered the buffet which comes with our room. It was lovely, very fresh and tasty. Our server was Tracy who was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. They offered an array of hot items which were plain scrambled eggs as well as a Mexican type scrambled eggs with pieces of peppers and tomato in it,.which was really good. They also had hashbrown patties and cooked slices of sausage along with mini flavoured pancake pieces,... Along with this, there were many other items like fresh fruit compote, yogourt, breads, tea and coffee to name a few. All in all it was a terrific breakfast. Our stay here was great, and we will do it again and sooner if possible. Thanks everyone for a very comfortable stay, friendly and professional.

Chose to stay at this location because the rate was much better than Best Western locations in downtown London. The hotel was off the 401 and was pleasantly quiet, could not hear traffic at all. No shopping options nearby, but only 10 minutes outside of London and on the way to the U.S. border. The attached Italian restaurant was medium priced and excellent. Staff very friendly and we will stop there again on future vacations this year.

Our one night stay was very satisfactory. The room was clean, bed was comfy, check in and out was fast, friendly and helpful staff, awesome buffet breakfast was included - so many choices of hot or cold foods, even gluten free and dairy free options. We did not expect table service as well but everyone was very efficient and friendly. Also the hotel was easy to get to.

The room was very clean and though we were near the lobby and hwy. the room was peacefully quiet. We had stayed before at other London hotels and had a few bad experiences but this was a great hotel stay at a great price...highly recommended!

Way more than we expected. A stop along the way. It was recently decorated, clean. Rooms were spacious & comfortable. We enjoyed our stay And would definitely stop in again. Breakfast was free, typical free breakfast food but the waitress was fantastic

Stayed one night at the Best Western Plus Stoneridge Inn & Conference Centre. Booked the hotel through a third party app. Great hotel! Very helpful staff and an very nice complimentary breakfast in the restaurant (much better than your typical Best Western experience). Modern/updated clean rooms. Close to south London restaurants/shopping. Would stay again!

Not too far from Western with easy access to Hwy 401. Nice breakfast, which includes nice setting in a restaurant. Lobby is nice including a fireplace. Exercise room is smallish but has what you need. The rooms can be noisy, but we do stay here when we are in the London area. Some nights are quite quiet, where other, can be a little louder.

A pleasure to stay her. Courteous staff, outstanding breakfast. Internet worked fast and without any hassle getting on. Room and facilities were clean . Fast and very efficient check in and check out. I highly recommend this facility.

This hotel is a terrific find! It is out of the city of London, just far enough to enjoy the solitude of the area. The hotel itself is pristeen, the staff is always very friendly and the comfort of the rooms is enhanced by the quality of the beds. They are so very comfortable! The hot breakfast, included with the stay is delicious. It is served in the on site restaurant and offers first quality choices. Their coffee is especially good...the best I have had in a restaurant setting. Dinner in this restaurant is worth experiencing too.

Beautiful hotel with attention to cleanliness and detail! Very inviting lobby with lounging area. The beds and pilllows were very comfortable. We did unfortunately experienced some noisey neighbours which is no fault of the hotel for people and their disrespect, but the girls on the front desk dealt with this promptly and we were very grateful for their quick action. To my surprise I received a follow up from the hotel manager apologizing in which was something out of their control, but just shows how much customer service is their #1 priority! We unfortunately suffered a loss of a family member and received the news while we were in the restaurant.The waitresses realized something had occurred, as I immediately excited the bar area and my son sat with my husband in tears. To comfort him they gave him a fancy desert which put a smile on my little boy's face. To top it off they gave my husband and I a shot to help chase our tears away. Words cannot express our thanks to all staff at the Best Western Stoneridge Plus and Pasto's! What really makes this hotel and restaurant wonderful is definitely the staff! Thank you everyone!!

If you want kindess, cleanliness and service this is the place to stay. All the staff was helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed every minute when we were there. Thank you for great hospitality and service . Thank you!

I usually prefer non-chain hotels but my agency booked it for me. Quite spacious room with all the expected accrouments. Ver comfortable bed, always prefer a duvet which they had. Could control the room temperature. Quiet. Smooth check-in. Excellent breakfast buffet with wonderful server refilling drinks. On site restaurant serving primarily Italian food which was very good. Excellent value. Easily accessible....although watch the off ramp on the 401 west bound. Looks like it would have a pretty garden in a different season.

Great friendly service, accommodating for special diet, customer service was amazing. The rooms were clean and they had organic products , soap, shampoo, and hand moisturizer. The towels were so soft, comfortable beds, it was a great stay I would recommend , its not far from the 402, or 401 access. thank you

huge beautiful lobby, good breakfast. Hotel is outside London- nothing close by. Room was decent. Clean. Comfortable. It was difficult to control the temp in the room. I turned the air on in the room when we woke as the room was like a sauna. We woke up, freshened up and went to have breakfast and check out the gym. When we returned to the room an hour later , the room smelled sooo bad. Not a human smell. We couldn't pin point where it was coming from. My daughter was immediate nauseous, covering her face with her shirt. Windows don't open. I called front desk immediately Manager on duty came upstairs and acknowledged the terrible odour... with hand covering his face he mentioned ‘problems with the heating system' He said at that time - he couldn't do anything for us : a) because we were checking out that day & b) because I booked the room through a 3rd party I said that we really needed to use a shower and get ready for the day and we can't do that in this smelly room and he said ‘sorry,,,, if you hadn't booked through Expedia , I could do more' Wouldn't even give us a different room for an hour to get ready. We left immediately without showering or getting ready. Nauseous for the entire day. I was puking by Sunday night but I'm not saying it's related. The hotel investigate and says they have no idea where the smell came from.

stayed for 3 days for business, very clean new hotel, all the staff were very courteous and helpful. Great location just off the 401.The steak house was also had amazing food and was part of the center so you don't have to go outside to get there (was -30C outside when I was there).Very clean rooms, setup very well. A++++ allthe way

Was there for a quick overnight stay passing through the area. Rooms and hotel were very clean. Front desk staff were excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was good and hot. Was a basic eggs, french toast and sausage with a number of bread options and cereal. Would for sure stay here again. The mattresses were comfortable and the pillows were great.

It is a clean somewhat understated, classy building.Friendly staff in the lobby (and the restaurant). When I am having to stay away from home I really look forward to good supper, good breakfast, and a good pillow; I was not disappointed on any of those points! Located right beside the 401 is really handy, although being kind of in the middle of nowhere could make it a bit difficult to find other food options if you so wish.

Great hotel. The staff was great and the rooms were clean and quiet. We were there for a hockey tournament with some other families from our team and it was perfect for groups. We used the fantastic spacious lobby to gather the group for pizza and mingled around the fire place with the parents...it was perfect because we are used to gathering in peoples rooms. This was so much better. The only down side was the location - 20 minutes from downtown london and nothing close to the hotel so we were kinda stuck there. Luckily we were happy with the hotel so it didn't matter.

My wife and I went to London for a couple of days to visit friends and family. At first we considered hotels right in London and then on line found this place. They had a price special of some sort and so it was less than I would have thought. I would have paid more too. It is only 15 minutes at the most from out side London. So dont let the location bother you. The place is clean and fresh . It has a small exercise gym. Good for after a day on the road. The king size bed was above the usual hotel quality and so very good. The breakfast was excellant. Much better than most places do. Still a self serve but it was all fresh. The lady tending to the breakfast was helpful and could be your mother. Next trip to London this is where I'll stay.

Other than being a short drive from malls and restaurants etc, we love this place!The rooms are always super clean and comfortable.For 100 bucks a night (online) you can't beat it. We've stayed here for years and will continue to do so

Great hotel, if a bit far away from town and the airport. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've had in my travels. The staff was polite and efficient. The quality of the restaurant was excellent.

Very nice Hotel and Staff. The Italian Restaurant is Good as was Breakfast supplied with the room. Would stay there again. Only 15 min. to St. Thomas and about 25 min. to downtown London. Hotel was very clean and well kept.

Right off the highway, as you enter the facility there is some semi truck parking right next door, which makes it great for the truckers. Lots of parking for other vehicles in the parking lot. Very happy with the presentation of the room and the staff was very professional, will definitely be back from in the area. Great bed great pillows

Friendly front desk service. Recommendation for dinner at adjoining Pastos restaurant (Italian) was excellent. Room was comfortable and seemed updated. Bed was good, towels were good. Enjoyed the artwork/prints in the hallways. Breakfast is set up in the Pastos restaurant, buffet style. No waffle machine, but there were waffles in the buffet. We were impressed with our stay.

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. Never made to feel "second class" even though we had booked through hotwire. Our room on the 4th floor (with elevator) was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was a very minor one. My husband found the comforter on the bed wasn't long enough to reach to his shoulders. There was a small amount of noise from the 401, but certainly nothing that bothered us. We visited in late October, but there are evidences that the landscaping around the hotel including an outside water feature is gorgeous...only wish we had been there before the first frost. The BEST part of the entire stay was the breakfast. Various "stations" in the attached restaurant are set up so you can easily serve yourself from a very large variety of breakfast items. At least 3 hot items including French toast sticks, omelettes, and of course that wonderful strawberry sauce. Staff were quick to come to our table and refill our coffee etc. Wonderful service with very friendly restaurant staff. Probably the best "free" breakfast we have had...and we have traveled a lot. We would absolutely love to come back and stay here again.

We stayed one night here recently and were satisfied overall. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. Check-in was simple. Amenities good. Breakfast was fine (would have been more pleasant but we coincided with a young rather rambunctious boys' hockey team, so it was a bit crowded and noisy --- but not the hotel's fault). My only other comment is that we had incorrectly assumed that this hotel was IN London Ontario whereas it's on the major highway (401) well out of town. The person in our party who did the booking had neglected this fact which proved a bit inconvenient and meant some extra driving back and forth to town. Again, this is not the hotel's fault; just saying this so that others won't have a similar oversight. All in all, a good experience.

Went here for a week while working a job. Room was clean but had a musty smell. Beds were pretty comfortable, really liked the pillows. The best part was the morning Breakfast. They opted for quality products and someone who can cook. Awesome Job. Best we have ever had at a hotel with breakfast included, and we have stayed at a lot of places. I would like to give a shout out to the morning cook. Great Variety! It changed daily with both hot and cold choices. Eggs every morning different types of meat each day including a turkey sausage day. Bacon was nice not the super thin shattering type. Different potato options every morning particularly loved the hash browns and the fried seasoned potatoes. They switched between waffles, pancakes, quiche etc. The strawberry sauce was great with real chunks of strawberries. Even fresh fruit salad!

The staff were excellent and very pleasant to talk with. Hotel banquet room was superbly decorated by the staff in charge. The food is really very good. Stayed in a very nice king size bed room, tv, coffee machine, microwave and mini fridge and in room safe. Room rates were really very good for the service given.

Close to 401 Hwy not really close to London. Rooms adequate, basic and clean. Breakfast ok however the various food stations are spread over a wider area and food tends to cool down by the time you get to your table.

We booked this hotel last minute and when we arrived, our reservation and room were ready. We did have a special request noted due to a mobility restriction, but it seemed to be overlooked in the notes and we booked directly through the Best Western application. The room was clean and large enough and the beds reasonably comfortable. The bathtub is on the small side and made it a challenge for the specific mobility restriction at issue. While others report it to be a quite hotel, the traffic noise from the highway was very noticeable (especially if you are a light sleeper) due to its close proximity. Do yourself a favour and ask for a room on the side of the hotel opposite to the traffic (facing the front parking lot). The WiFi for our short stay seemed to be reliable and fast enough. The free breakfast was nice.

I checked into my room at 3 pm and unpacked and then headed to Port Stanley for the event that brought me to the area. Halfway through my event I saw I'd missed a number of phone calls from the hotel. Concerned, I phoned them back and the woman I spoke to asked me to come to the front desk. I explained that I was not at the hotel and asked what was wrong. She told me there had been a mistake and they were oversold and I had to come to the front desk. I told her again that I was at an event and couldn't leave. I asked what they intended to do because it sounded like they were saying I had no room to stay in, which was alarming. I left the event early and rushed back. The woman who “helped” me was very rude and told me my room belonged to someone else and they'd given it to me by accident. I told her I'd booked in advance on hotels.com and she told me I had to move rooms right then (it was after 11 at night). If I didn't want to move that night I had to move first thing in the morning. I asked why first thing in the morning and she said it was so they could clean the room for the guest. Normal check out is 11 am! So I was inconvenienced, had my night ruined and wasn't even offered the regular amount of courtesy. I packed up my room and moved to the second floor at close to midnight. I asked for a manager to contact me and, at the time of this review, no one has. I have used this hotel a number of times over the past two years but I will not be staying here again.

We had a wedding in the area and stayed at the Best Western. The rooms were very clean and the service was great. I have found that of all the hotels I've stayed at (not that the number is very high) the beds at the Best Westerns are the most comfortable of any other hotel I've stayed at - more comfortable than my own bed at home.

The location of this hotel is great, right off the highway. Quick easy access to downtown London. Price is great, room and common areas are very clean. Staff are professional, polite and quick. Breakfast is really good. The main reason I refer Best Western is the comfortable bed and the coffee in the morning!

I was happy to visit this hotel again and the second visit did not disappoint. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were helpful and efficient and the breakfast was more than adequate. In addition, the cost was good value compared to other similar accommodation in the area.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. We like the location (near London and St. Thomas) and we like the breakfast and rooms. This hotel does not have a swimming pool, but the rooms are good, the service is good, the location is good, and the breakfast is good. I stay at a lot of Best Western hotels and this hotel is a good hotel at a reasonable price.

We had to stay one night before we continued driving back to the US from our stay in Sudbury. The room was nice and the bed was very comfy. Wifi was good and did not require any password which was a convenience. The free breakfast was standard and closes a bit earlier than usual (9:30am). The free toiletries were citrus scented which we liked too.

We stayed here on a Saturday in July and it was a very pleasant stay, nicer than where we stayed last year in the area for a soccer tournament. The room was clean, the hotel was quiet, even with our soccer team of 16 year olds and a wedding reception going on. It's situated near a 401 off ramp, which was handy, and again, noise wasn't an issue. Ample parking, friendly staff, an ice machine that worked (!). A hot buffet breakfast was included in the restaurant wing of the hotel, but we didn't eat there at night so I can't comment on it. This would be an ideal hotel for tired travellers to pull over for the night- it's a fairly secluded area otherwise. Recommended.

We were so pleased to discover our Best Western Plus was located outside the city, in the country side. A well-kept floral entrance, warm smiling people at the front desk, and a very reasonable price in a nicely decorated hotel impressed us. We were able to drive to Port Stanley a short distance away to attend the live theatre there on our second day. This was recommended by someone at the front desk. She had seen it herself and lives in the area. It is a bonus when the staff know the area that well. So we stayed an extra night. And we will return to the Stoneridge Inn when we are back in the London area.

Pros: Hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant served really amazing food. Breakfast was better than most hotels. The staff were nice. Cons: The hotel is just off the highway - nothing around it. To the nearest coffee shop - approx 8 minutes drive There is no complementary coffee, so if the restaurant is closed, you had to drive or serve yourself your

Stopped here on way to Niagara falls. Price was higher then I could find online, so book online. Beds and rooms were nice. Bathroom seemed a little outdated and water pressure in sink was bad. Staff was pleasant. Didn't spend a lot of time here as we got in late and got an early start. Breakfast was okay. They had nice touches; salsa (homemade?) And strawberry sauce for waffles but overall it was okay. Would stop again if needed (but book online).

Hotel stay was great but would choose somewhere else for meals and beverages. Hotel check in staff were amazing but definitely would choose to have my meals elsewhere. The restaurant was busy had difficulty getting any staff to come to our table to serve us. the hostess raised her voice to us and the waitress kept forgetting things.

10 of us enjoyed 2 nights (5 rooms) for our yearly mini retreat. We used this hotel for the first time as our home base for exploring London. We will definitely be staying here for other mini vacations when visiting the London area (Elgin county too).

This is not too far out of town and is a very nice facility. The breakfast was the best I have had at any hotel when breakfast is included. They need a pool to make it excellent but it is a new facility and it is very mice.

The hotel was clean, room was clean and bed was comfortable. We stayed one night. Breakfast was okay but limited. If you have the time and money, go to a restaurant for breakfast. No one came to serve us at a table, no drinks. Everything was plain. Just potatoes, omelet, hash browns and sausage. Wasn't worth the breakfast in our opinion. Otherwise, hotel was nice and affordable for a quick one night stay.

we had a relaxing stay after a long drive it was accomodating and elegant grounds and flowers were well kept and quite beautiful and even though it was convenient and close to the highway it was not a traffic or loud area

I stayed here for a business conference. The service was great, the rooms clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable, the hotel overall is excellent. You may not think it when you first pull-up, but it is much more than it seems.

I found this place to be an excellent location to rest when you travel in London Ontario. Is just off the 401 highway and couple of minutes off the 402. However, is about 20 minutes to Downtown London. Very nice and quiet place with extremely comfortable mattresses and pillows. The rooms are a very good size. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices. Staffs are very friendly and excellent customer service. The price was very good.

Friendly staff even late at night. Breakfast service was over the top. Overall a very nice place to stay with easy access to the 401. The rooms were neat and clean and there was plenty of easy parking.

This location is just off the 401 and is surrounded by peace and quiet. The ability to get a good nights sleep is accomplished with extremely comfortable mattresses and pillows. The rooms are a very good size. The exercise room is pretty decent for a hotel. The restaurant is a keeper. Great Italian food with very good service. I stayed 2 nights and ate at there for both meals. Breakfast was good, hot and plentiful. Lots of choices and fresh made smoothies if that's your thing. The price was excellent as well. Stay here and you won't be disappointed.

Following the recent and tragic passing of my 20-year-old son, siblings from Tennessee, Oregon and Saskatchewan came to Ontario to support me and my family leading up to and through the day of my son's funeral in St. Thomas. As a resident of St. Thomas I have known of Stoneridge and in years past have enjoyed dining at Pastos - their beautiful and intimate restaurant - along with using their facility while participating in a small local trade show. A quick recommendation by text for my incoming family to consider Stoneridge for their stay ended up with this local destination becoming home for six days. It was home not only for my family who travelled here, but also for me, a grieving mom who stayed with them as they cared for me during these profound days. All I can say is that Best Western Stoneridge was exceptional. Location, accessability, facilities, aesthetic, charm, amenities, comfort were only the beginning - outstanding and one of a kind. Yet, what made Stoneridge fabulous was the heart of the team. Every single person we met treated us not only like honored guests, but more importantly, like family. From the ladies at Pastos, to the front desk personnel, to the housekeeping staff, it was as if we were welcomed "home" every day we were at Stoneridge. Their campus is truly a gem in Southwestern Ontario. The Inn includes not only guest rooms but also a Conference Centre and fabulous fireside lounge. Along with the exceptional adjoining restaurant known as Pastos Grill and the beautiful landmark Rose Chapel, all positioned in a fabulous country setting right off the 401, this centre is amazing. We were supposed to stay here after a wedding. When I booked I asked if we could get an earlier check in. The girl said that would likely not be a problem but call a day or so before coming to confirm. I did just that...but got the "no promises/ first come first serve" Okay no biggie made other plan to go to a family members to get dressed for wedding. After wedding we cabbed it to hotel and they had a power failure. These things happen but when my husband asked about compensation or what could be done we were told quite rudely we did not have to stay that and it was not there fault. There were plenty of hotels just 15 minutes away. Really? that is what we had to figure out which was a total pain. I even filled out the how was your stay and received a very lame apology with a hope you will consider staying with us again. NO!!!

Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. Noise level was not bad despite being right beside 401. The restaurant was even better for dinner. Beds were very comfortable with great pillows. Great place for weary travellers.

Everything about our stay was great: a clean room, comfy beds, friendly staff, hot breakfast. The room was a bit small. The location is out of town...which makes it quiet for sleeping and easy to access by car. However, it's a $30 (and 20 minute) Uber ride to downtown. Just something to keep in mind!

Our stay was excellent. Staffs are very friendly and excellent customer service.? Our room was very spacious for family of four. Room was spotless and bathroom was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was a hot breakfast buffet. Food was excellent. Overall an exceptional stay and would come back again.

The Best Western Stoneridge Inn is a lovely hotel and convenient for us if we are heading to London to visit friends. Although it is outside of London, it is conveniently located close to the 401, and this location usually has good rates. This is our favourite place to stay and we usually do a couple of times per year. Highly recommend!

Spent the night here during a work weekend. This location is about a 20 minute drive away from downtown London, ON, near the 401/402 intersection. The location is easy to get to, just off the highway, and there is an attached restaurant for easy access to meals. The facility was clean, staff was friendly and professional, and it was very quiet which is just what we were looking for. There's a fitness centre on site as well. I gave this 3 stars b/c the most important thing was lacking, the mattresses in our room were not the newer pillow tops that some units had. They were in fact very old/worn out. Once you lay in the bed, you just sink into the mattress - not in a good way. There was no support in the center of the mattress. Everything else was fine though - clean bathroom, spacious room, plenty of accessible plugs for recharging your electronics. Bring an HDMI cable if you want to hook up to the TV.

This is right off the 401 hwy by Lambeth and you would never know you're that close to the busy hwy. Rooms are very quiet and clean. The breakfast that accompanies an reservation is very good. Good selection and tasty. Service of coffee to the tables. I have stayed before and will stay here again. Excellent service and friendly staff.

My husband and I stayed one night, Feb 22/18 as our furnace decided to die that day. We live in Port Stanley, drove by this hotel many times but never actually went inside. We were very impressed with the speedy checkin, the room was spotless, the hotel itself very clean and quiet. The free hot breakfast was amazing. Food was excellent. The gals who worked there that day friendly and very helpful, they even served coffee at our table. Never had that ever in any hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

I've stayed at this location 4 times over the past 2 years. It's OK. Rooms are clean, quiet, nothing special. I've never had a reason to complain until my most recent stay. I left my Ipod plugged in to my laptop, charging, while I was away for the day. When I returned, it was missing. I reported this to the front desk and they took my information. Three days later, I received an email from the manager stating that I should have used the hotel room mini safe and that they were not liable. From a legal standpoint, that's correct. However, I am a semi-regular visitor, and you'd think they would do something for me as a gesture....in addition, just as a practical matter, what about items that are too large to fit in the safe? If they, therefore, get stolen, what would management's response be? I am easily able to replace my Ipod, but I think it's pretty poor how cavalier management was about this situation, and frankly, caveat emptor to other travellers- there is a thief on the staff, and Best Western Stoneridge won't do anything about it. That was my last stay in that Best Western. Terrible.

Stayed for two nights on family business and enjoyed the fact that it was not in a busy area, had a very good restaurant, and the staff were very efficient and accommodating. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Had a problem with the keys not working after 24 hours even though we were checked in for two nights. Room was very spacious, two comfortable armchairs as well as a good desk chair. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. Handy to 401 which made our trip during bad weather a little less stressful. Reasonably priced.

This is just what I needed during a hard, a sad time. A few of us had stayed here last night for a funeral. The hotel was very relaxing and quiet. Staff was very attentive to our every need, Stephanie at check out was very kind to us and made it all go smoothly. There was a complimentary breakfast which we had no idea about so that was a great surprise. Breakfast was delicious, the waitress was all smiles and talked to us about our friend we had lost and offered us condolences, and refilled our coffees. My wife felt she was very sweet and a "breath of fresh air" in the morning. I wish I knew her name, she had no uniform so maybe she was new. After breakfast my wife and I sat by the fire near the front desk to relax before the funeral, that was nice and warm. The hotel is only a 10 minute drive to town so it being on the 401 did not bother me in fact, it is great as it is quick to get off the highway. We had lunch at Pastos, I had a chicken club sandwich and salad, very delicious again, nice staff. We will be back!

It was the best Italian food I have ever had and I have eaten at every Italian place I can find. The food was deliciously prepared, excellently presented and their house wine was superb, Assante Odessa. We have made it our go to wine from the LCBO. Now that we have moved back to London, we will eating there on a regular basis.

Stayed one night while on business. This hotel is a bit west of London on the 401 so I do not usually consider this location. I am more familiar with the hotels on Wellington Road. This location is very convenient for visiting the west end of London. The hotel is new, spacious and well appointed. Great restaurant on site. The room was large, clean, with a comfortable king bed. Breakfast is included. Great selection, with waffles, omelettes, home fries, cereals, etc. Left my key in the room. The staff was very helpful and replaced it right away. Despite being directly at the 401, the room was quiet with no road noise.

Stuck in bad weather at work after traveling two hours to get to work. I was able to secure a room for a night to avoid driving back home. The room was clean and comfortable and included a hot buffet kind of breakfast with a few selections.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel appeared very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I loved the oversized pillows. My only disappointment was that the restaurant was not open (it was reopening the night of our departure) due to the holiday season. I would have appreciated a heads up when I checked in so I could have planned accordingly. One staff member did recommend a restaurant down the street, The Wayside Restaurant, and it was acceptable. Picard's Peanuts is across from the restaurant and is a terrific store for anyone who likes peanuts, chocolate, etc.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The inside of the hotel is modern and clean. Room with King bed is comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Wifi was one click to login and worked well for our stay.

The hotel is near express way 401 in London, and it does not run long way to London central area. In hotel, everything looks new with clean rooms, nice and comfortable spacious lobby and nice patient staff. Breakfast is fresh and good. Yes, it will be recommended!

We stay at this particular Best Western as it has an exceptional name for the food and quality of the rooms. The foyer/entrance is warm and inviting. Newspapers are available, the fireplace is always on and in the evening we enjoy a glass of wine at the fireplace.

My first choice when in the area. I have many friends and family in the nearby area. Whenever I come into town to visit or other reasons, this is where I would make my reservations during my stay. Thank you Best Western, Stoneridge.

Very handy to the 401, very comfortable and clean rooms with the advantage of having a lovely restaurant on site which we enjoyed eating breakfast for 2 mornings and dinner the first night. Staff were all very friendly.

The quality of service at this hotel and conference facility was excellent. Staff respond quickly to our needs. The service and food quality at the restaurant was excellent as was the catering provided at the workshop. The location is isolated, but is situated near major highway interchange, making it quick and easy to access for out of town guests.

This hotel is a bit out of the way but convenient to the 401 and has ample parking. We were there for a hockey tournament in St Thomas and had a very good stay overall. Pros-large hotel so hockey teams were spread out -teams were given social rooms so people stayed out of the hallways -available breakfast and a restaurant on site were convenient -room were clean and beds were comfortable -the on-site restaurant had good food, good service and reasonable prices -fitness centre was adequate -fridge and microwave in rooms Cons-any noise in the hallway can be heard in the rooms -there was a long line at check in with two staff working and one of them chose to take a phone reservation and ignore the customers in line. Seems odd that there would not be a reservation line that call could be transferred to. The customer in front of you should be a priority. -staff were not friendly - it was odd to meet up with cleaning staff etc in the hallway and not be greeted in return

I booked a room pre exams, abd was not impressed with the check in which took 60minutes due to computer issues. Secondly, there was no king bed or jetted tube and the drain in the room would not close so I couldn't have a bath at all (part of my pre exam ritual) Very polite and kind staff.

Clean, comfortable and overall a positive experience. Breakfast was minimal, not presented nicely and the food wasn't the greatest but the restaurant was comfortable and the staff were decent. The bed was super comfortable and room was clean. There was lots of noise in the halls....a kids hockey tournament that kept me up till very late.

This is great facility. I highly recommend for future business trips in this area. The staff go out of their way to make your stay relaxing. It is very clean from lobby to rooms and restaurants. It has a fresh clean scent as you enter the lobby. It smells like Christmas. Very pleasant!!

Hotel appearance inside and out was great. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was likely the best I have ever had at any hotel. I will defiantly be staying here again when I pass through. Right of the 401 which made it super convenient for me as I was traveling and had to get back on first thing in the AM

Reserving the room was easy. Than checking in was easy. My family really liked the staff, who were really helpful. The weather was good, easy to find rooms, parking was easy, I missed breakfast, which I'm sure would have been good. The hotel faced East and West which was good. What else can I say?

This BW hotel is located in a rural area and quite isolated. There is a wedding chapel on site and when we registered, the desk clerk noted that much of their business revolves around the chapel as they will often have four weddings over a typical weekend. Naturally, many out of town wedding guests will stay on site. Because of its isolation, your own transportation is a must. We found all the staff we encountered quite engaging. The rooms were large and comfortable and spotless to the eye. The decor was quite appealing, enhanced with "group of seven" prints adorning the walls of the rooms and hallways throughout the facility. There is no pool or spa but there is an exercise room and an elevator. There is a restaurant/lounge attached to the Inn and the breakfast was excellent. There is a large parking lot, free of course, as was their efficient wi-fi connection. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 rather than a 5 rating has to do with its isolation... it really is remote and if you needed something (a pharmacy, convenience store, gas station, etc.) you'd have to travel a ways to find it. Otherwise, it's a very nice facility!

The hotel overall is very good for the cost and sleeping arrangements. The breakfast is standard, but being in the restaurant gives a different feel than most breakfasts. The staff are more waiters/waitresses, which gives a more personal feel. The rooms are comfortable and for the price, are pretty standard.The lobby is nice and with the fireplace is a nice place to sit and relax if you feel a need to get out of the room. We have stayed a few times and the staff have always been courteous and helpful...the laundry also helped us out on what of our stays...

The service I encountered at this hotel was by far the best service I have experienced at any hotel this year (and I've spent about 20 days sleeping in hotel rooms across the province). Every individual I encountered, from check in at the front desk, to the restaurant staff (both for the breakfast and for room service) to check out, were extremely friendly, courteous and personable. For example, I didn't bring a hair elastic during my stay and I asked if they had any at the front. They didn't, but one of the front desk staff offered me the one SHE WAS WEARING IN HER HAIR. It was so sweet (and needed!) The staff during breakfast were so professional and super genuine. I'm still impressed. Seriously amazing experience overall during my stay in London, Ontario. People are so friendly in this city!!

This is a beautiful hotel. Very clean, ascetically pleasing outside and surrounding grounds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of free parking very secure. Room was perfect. Clean, well kept and updated. LED TV and very good channel selection. High speed WiFi and a solid signal, no dropouts. I would definitely stay and recommend this hotel.

We have stayed here each time at this location when in London. Nice, clean and quiet rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. You don't have to leave this location to dine out as they serve amazing meals at Pesto's Grill. Highly recommend if you don't want to be downtown.

Our son and daughter-in law celebrated their wedding at The Rose Chapel yesterday. The chapel is absolutely stunning and has everything you need. The staff at the Best Western were quite professional and accommodating prior to and during the day of the ceremony. The bright interior is perfect for photos and the chapel is bright, clean and roomy. Would definitely suggest checking this venue out for your wedding or other service. We stayed at the hotel for two nights and enjoyed excellent and friendly customer service. The on site restaurant was top notch as well.

Loved the front desk staff service and room was very clean, would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely stay here again in the future. It was very peaceful and yet very close to the highway

The inn was one of the nicest Best Westerns i have stayed inn. Service was excellent from the front desk to the breakfast area. The inn was on a main highway with easy access to London and St Thomas. I will stay their next time i am in the area.

Nothing to complain about here except a couple of things. First the front desk check in was terrific. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size and the bathroom was terrific. Lots of towels for my wife. The parking lot with free parking had plenty of room. The free wifi reception was good. The restaurant on site is Italian which for me was something to be desired. Now breakfast was great on Saturday. They even let us in a few minutes early. Sunday was terrible disappointing. They open an hour later even though the food is ready earlier. There was about ten of us waiting at 7:15 and told it doesn't open till 7:30 even though the food was in food warmers already. We could hear the staff just talking with each other about their lives for the time we were waiting. We all got a laugh out of it because they were talking pretty load. The sausages were greasy and could have been cooked more. Ended up getting heartburn from them. The other thing was someone tried to get in our at 11:10PM and then they kicked the door also. This woke up my wife and worried her but it didn't last for long. She didn't phone the front desk because when she checked she didn't see anybody. She ended up using the washroom and someone tried to get in with a keycard. Check out was good the staff was friendly told my wife she should have phoned no matter what because they didn't tolerate that kind of behaviour from guests. We booked here again in January. The sleeping in the beds was very comfortable.

Awesome staff, super friendly, helpful, fast check-in/check-out. Bed was so comfy I asked about the mattress brand in the morning. ONLY complaint was the spray or air freshener used in the room was OVERWHELMING. Would have switched rooms if I wasn't so tired.

We stayed here for a wedding. It is very clean and comfortable.Staff are very nice and very helpful. Even though it is close to expressway it was very quiet.I will definately stay here again if staying in London

The staff is really helpful and always smiling... That always make a difference in my stay... The hotel is really clean. The lobbly is big you have computer at your disposal. the breakfest is well organize and the food is good.

This BW is not too far off the 401. Check in went smoothly and our room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and for a good nights rest the room/hotel was also quite quiet with no hwy noise. A nice hot breakfast consisting of scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, your choice of porridge, yogurt, muffins, and so forth - the usual stuff. However, the presentation is quite posh as the tables are decorated with table cloths and a flower. Very relaxing to start your day.

I came for my friends wedding anniversary. They renewed their vows at the Rose Chapel. It was beautiful. Definitely a lot of fun. The hotel was so very accommodating!! I feel very fortunate to have drove so very far, to be able to check in early & accommodate everything I needed to do. The room was lovely!! I maybe didn't have the greatest of view, the cover of the entranceway, but I appreciated all the natural light it let in and the fact that people couldn't see in my room either when curtains were open. I sure did use the dark curtains to make my room so awesomely dark. I slept great. I heard no outside noise, from the road, from people outside or from the hallway. I found the room met my needs absolutely. The only comment I have on the room is the hairdryer. I was happy there was one in the room. The cord was just soooo short. I'm sure it is for safety reasons but leaning over the counter to blow dry my hair wasn't a lot of fun. I thankfully had an extension cord in my luggage and so it all worked out. Maybe there is a plug in outside of the dangers of the sink/bathroom that would have worked, I didn't have time to look. So it all worked out. The staff were great. I really appreciated the front desk staff who went out of their way to help me, and they chatted with me like we were friends. I wish I had her name so I could pass it along to the hotel for recognition. The other staff who helped was the lady who helped look after the reception end. She was there to help with the little details (like the projector) and if we needed anything, she tried to help us out. She took care of a lot of things. Her name was given to the hotel already so I am thankful for that. There was also a very great bartender and the chocolate fountain person who was quiet but friendly. The one thing I forgot to do was to leave a tip for the housekeeping department. I was running late and left in a hurry. Housekeeping work hard so I encourage you to leave a tip, doesn't take much to make someone's day. I will next time for sure! I would gladly recommend this hotel and I am happily going to remember this hotel for my next trip to London.

Very Surprised! When I learned my group would be staying at the Best Western Stoneridge Inn & Conference Centre - a full 1/2 hour drive from the location of our actual convention, I was concerned. As it turned out - this hotel staff went out of their way to make us all so welcome. The rooms were very comfortable, easy registration, departure, wonderfully polite staff and overall - a most pleasant stay

Very comfortable and relaxing getaway. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Staff welcoming and very helpful. Did not have chance to use restaurant much to our regret. We only had one night stay but would have more than comfortable to stay longer.

Friendly enough staff and good breakfast but this should NOT be rated as a Plus facility. Very misleading. VERY MUSTY smelling rooms, poor exterior appearance. Power receptacle in bathroom not working and NOT a GFI - sure that is not up to building code. Probably would not stay again.

Elegant hotel, with plush beds for a comfortable sleep. Easy access to the 401 Hwy. for travelers, on-site restaurant, free newspaper and WIFI...Quaint little chapel on-site, and adequate spacing for conferences and/or receptions..

Everything was clean, neat and staff were professional and very accommodating. The rooms were tastefully decorated and everything was as advertised. We saw a significant difference in the hotel since it has become a Best Western Plus and I would stay there again anytime.

Stay here on the regular when in the london St Thomas area(located off the 401 between St Thomas and populated populated London) . It is a bit isolated, but it has everything. When you are looking for a quiet hotel in the London area, look no further.

Good breakast though I did have to ask where it was and how to get there. Rooms pretty clean. Our room did have a humid musty smell as per the reviews but it wasn't too bad. Front desk were friendly. Stayed here for a wedding nearby.

The front desk staff met us with a smile and extended the hand of courtesy and friendliness. The hotel itself is spotless, the rooms are very clean and well cared for and the cleaning staff are very polite and helpful. Our Banquet dinner was beautifully served by the wait staff and the dinner itself was so delicious. The morning breakfast is served hot and is plentiful. We always enjoy our stay at this Hotel.

We stopped here on the way up to the Algonquin. Did not realize it was Canadian Thanksgiving weekend. So glad we reserved this hotel ahead since they were full that night. Restaurant was great for dinner and the breakfast in the morning was great also.

The hotel was very close to our wedding venue. The beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely return. The food was very good in the breakfast buffet. Everything was hot and fresh except the French toast. Staff friendly and very helpful.

Stayed one night after a long drive. Checking in was great, restaurant very good, service was excellent. A very wounder full Experience. Would not hesitate to use this hotel again. Close to hwy yet very quite. Breakfast was very good with a very helpful staff.

We just needed a place to stay on the way to our final destination. This hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient. We checked in around 1:00 am and checked out around 11:00 am, and immediately hit the road, so I don't know if there is anything to do around the hotel, and I did not make use of any of the hotel amenities like the pool, but it was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast that was included was quite tasty. A tip: if you are coming here in the middle of the night, make sure you have enough gas; we could not find an open gas station in the area, as most of them closed at 10 or 11 pm. We got to the hotel with our gas light on, but happily had (just) enough gas to get to a station in the morning to fill up. ... I usually take pictures of the hotel, or at least my room, so I can post them in reviews, but I was so tired and happy to be off the road that I forgot to. But the room was very modern, the bed was big and comfortable, and the hotel had a lovely pond out front.

Great Best Western Experience, Hotel clean, Rooms above expectations,Breakfast was excellent. This is the type of place you want to stay longer. Staff very helpful in determining the best discounts to apply to our room rates. Breakfast was very good and staff were excellent. The hotel was very well sound proofed and very quiet even though we were adjacent to a highway.

We had booked through Expedia and had a reservation for 1 standard room with i queen bed guaranteed for late arrival. We got there at 8:15 pm and were told that the room we thought we were getting was not available. The clerk stated that it was Expedia's policy that when the room you wanted was not available, you would be offered the next lower priced room.In our case, a mobility room- smaller, musty smelling.It was not a nice room, resulting in not a nice stay. When we checked out we were asked if we enjoyed our stay. My wife and I said NO! And, we said why.The room was not what we had booked! When we got home, we called Expedia to see if their policy was as stated.They said no. If your booked room was gone, you should get the next better room. Also, a guaranteed room should have been kept available. We subsequently talked to Expedia again , and Best Western Plus customer relations.The hotel then said that we were happy when we checked out, then settled on the story that we got the room we booked. We did not!! We got a mobility room not a mobility accessible. The longer we pursued the issue, the more it appeared that the hotel was lying to cover their mistake of selling our room to somebody else. DO NOT STAY HERE if you expect to get the room you booked!

This hotel was great. Convenient location. Friendly staff, and service. Very easy check in process. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and has all the amenities to fit my every need! I was very impressed! :)

We only stayed one night but everything went perfectly. The check-in was smooth, the service was excellent with very friendly personnel with genuine smiles, the room was more than clean, the fresh, hot breakfast was nicely served, and the check-out automatic. Although adjacent to the highway and not very close to Downtown London, I would recommend this venue because there was a considerable saving in $$$ for the same facilities as offered by equivalent establishments nearby.

Inadequate lighting and poor ventilation due to inadequate maintenance of fan unit in room. Room initially had a stale odour for first night stay and fan unit never reduced the humidity in the room. This resulted in condensation running down the window by morning. As windows are now sealed you have to use the ventilation system in order to get adequate air in the room. Also in the desire to reduce lighting wattage hotels are going too far resulting in poor inadequate illumination. This room became depressing to be in after only 1 night.

We are on a mini holiday and booked this place on line. It is located in a quiet area with lots of parking. The beds are the most comfortable we have encountered in any of our travels. The room itself is beyond clean....pristine. Finally, the breakfast that is included in the room price is a hot buffet,offering full service & high quality foods. A pleasure to stay here!

We were very disappointed with the air quality of our room. Walking down the corridor to our room we could smell a very damp musty smell. This increased in our room and was there the whole three day stay. When we spoke to the cleaning staff regarding the smell, there response was to offer to spray the room with Lysol or air freshener. We chose the air freshener which did nothing it only masked the sell for a few minutes. We were told the smell was due to this being a ground floor room and the level of humidity outside. It was not humid nor was it humid for our stay BUT the smell persisted and actually worsened. It really was very uncomfortable to have to live with it for three days. As we were there for a wedding, we did not want to cause a fuss for the wedding party but if it had been for anything else we would have asked for another room or left, it was that bad. Bad enough for the following to have happened: When we checked out I realized I had left my sunglasses in the room. I went back to get them the cleaning staff opened the door for me. Clearly they had been in the room for it was like walking into a mist. They had sprayed the room very liberally with Lysol and then shut the door to try to erase the smell before they cleaned!!!!!! Would we stay again, NO. Nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone! Very, very disappointed.

We stayed here for a farm wedding as it was the closest hotel. The service was very good and I would recommend. No pool which I thought would have been an asset but breakfast included was very nice with lots of hot food options. Rooms were sufficiently large. Staff were helpful and check in and out was very fast.

This Best Western Plus was a Plus, Plus, Plus. I've stayed in a lot of Best Westerns and Best Western Plus hotels and this was the best by far. The service at the front desk at check-in and check-out was exceptional. The restaurant was fantastic. The room was perfect. The location was great off the highway. The only thing was no list of other restaurants for other meals.

Some aspects of the hotel and our experience, such as the service upon check in, was great. When we arrived, the man at the front desk reception was very friendly and very prompt. Other aspects, such as a horrible smell in our room, contributed to a poor overall experience. When we started walking down the hallway where are room was located, we noticed a horrible musty smell. As we entered our room, the smell was even worse and there was discussion that perhaps this was mold.

This hotel is a little out of town, but close to all major highways with easy access, although you must have a car. It's away from the hussle & bussle of the city, very relaxing! The Restuarant is also very good and popular!

Only a one-night stay. Too short for an in-depth review. General conclusion; not bad, not very spectecular either. The restaurant (dinner and breakfast) was surprisingly nice and efficient. No surprises though, either good nor bad.

nice motel. breakfast was extra special with extra waitresses and service that made it special. breakfast fit for a king and a queen!! fabulous service. my favorite place that we stayed. Easy access on and off the interstate in Canada.

Good reception upon arrival and given the room we asked for. Well laid out with fridge and microwave. Beds were firm but comfortable and had a great sleep. Room as was the hotel, clean. Hotel had an adjoining restaurant which was very good. Breakfast was hot and cold with sausage, cold eggs and fries, with bagels etc, etc. Setup was a little crazy, no room and everyone bunched together. Food was very slow coming out and a lot of people waiting for food at all times. Enjoyed our stay though and would recommend.

I was very surprised and pleased with this hotel since it wasn't located in a big town. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. The hot breakfast was exceptional and was actually hot and fresh. No long lines to just get a sweet roll and a bowl of cereal.

When all you need is a bed to sleep on, this place is ideal. Conveniently located off highway 401 it's a great resting place. I arrived late and left early (5:30 am), so I missed out on really using the amenities and breakfast. The staff was helpful and dealt with a problem quickly and efficiently. I would definitely stay here again.

Delay to check in due to computer issues. Bathroom and bath tub very small. Toilet didn't flush properly. Green algae in the bottom of the toilet. Obviously not cleaned properly. Found long hair in the bathroom that wasn't ours. Wifi signal was too weak for us to use our tablets! We reported it twice they said they would check it out but we were never able to access it. The sulpher smell of the water was awful. Sheets on the bed were too small so kept coming off the mattress. The room décor was outdated and the fridge was set so low I wouldn't put anything in it. Television cable could have been better for the price we paid. We wanted to sit outside but there wasn't any place to sit.

Clean, great location as breakfast was amazing!!!! We had a great stay. The only thing was that I wished there was another area for getting ready (a plug near a mirror) so that getting out the door was easier! The breakfast was phenomenal!

I've stayed on a few occasions and the front desk staff are always quick and helpful. The common area nearby has great seating and tables with outlets for plugging in laptops and chargers and is very handy for visiting or just getting work done. The restaurant is great and the rooms are very comfortable. I'm as always also very happy to stay in a hotel with an EVSE to charge my electric car.

For years I have driven by this Best Western but never had reason to stay there being so relatively close to home. This all changed when I attended a wedding not far from this location earlier this month. WOW was I surprised as this place is beautiful. Rooms rates were very reasonable, fantastic breakfast buffet included. Who knew!

A quiet hotel on the outskirts of London, Ontario but right off of Highway 401. Clean, quiet and excellent service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I am a regular. The morning free breakfast is excellent and parking is spacious and plentiful. The only thing lacking is a stronger internet and pay per view television.

I was there for 1 night, it is a good hotel, clean, well decorated, staff is nice, there were marriages there when we rent the room and we heard a lot of noise that night. Near restaurants and the freeway. The rooms that are on the freeway side are subject to the sound of cars passing by.

Stayed at the hotel on our way to the USA for a family gathering. The hotel is conveniently located and the stay was excellent. Friendly staff and excellent service. The facility is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The breakfast has an excellent selection and the coffee was the best that I have tasted...even better than Timmies!

We stayed at this hotel because we were attending the wedding of dear friends of ours. Everything all in one place was great! The ballroom was nice and the meal was fabulous. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

we went for a wedding and it was a very good place to stay and sleep the beds are very comfortable, the staff was great. the restaurant was very good and the free breakfast was great. The wedding was in a reception hall in the hotel and it was great. The food was really good and service was good.

Stayed at the hotel for a friend's wedding. When checking in, the staff were very helpful and answered any questions we had about the area. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good, typical french toast, eggs, sausage, muffins, fruit, cereal etc. Downfalls of the hotel was the water pressure in the room was terrible, water dribbled out of the faucet and the shower and very little pressure. When flushing the toilet you had to hold the lever down the entire time. The designated smoking area is located right at the front entrance, so as a non-smoker it wasn't the best experience having to walk through the cloud of cigarette smoke. Great location and friendly staff. Also a fantastic location for the wedding reception.

We were looking for a more reasonably priced hotel with parking in the London area while vacationing. There was only one room left at this hotel and it was half the price of the hotel we were booked at with parking accommodations. We stayed one night as we were heading to Niagara Falls and then stayed another night on our way back to the U.S. The property is clean and the front desk staff is very helpful.

We were very happy with our stay here. The location can't be beat for travellers as it is right at the 401. The lobby was very nice. Front desk staff were cheerful and check in and check out were smooth. The room was spacious and has a microwave and fridge. And the bed was awesome. It and the linens were super comfortable and soft. With the across-the-street chapel, I could see this being a gorgeous spot for a wedding!

I have been staying at this Hotel Monthly for the past several years when I'm in the London Area. Well over 50 nights. I have a choice on which Hotel and Hotel chain, and I always come back due to their high standards. My room is always clean. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is small but great. (Included) When I order dinner, it is always great. Over all, the Hotel, Management, staff etc. are the reason I keep coming back.

We were visiting for family reasons. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. Rooms were nice. Breakfast more than we anticipated. Our waitress was excellent. I wish I had her name but she was alone on Saturday morning and did an excellent job. Sunday, Father's Day, she was there again and was so attentive to us. We can't say enough about how good she was at her job. The staff was all very friendly and professional. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

My husband & I + our family LOVE this property! We often visit family in the London area & each time we stay @ Best Western Plus Stoneridge Inn & Conference Centre. ALL aspects of this place are wonderful!!

This hotel is nice inside and out! Free wifi in rooms and free breakfast was great (if you offered bacon and a variety of teas, it would have been perfect). The only thing that would have made our overall stay perfect (aside from my breakfast comment) is if it had a pool, but other than that, it was great!

Everything was great other than no lights in the room working. I was going right to bed so I didn't report it, but kind of annoying. Also desk staff did not know price of convenience items so he would not sell something to me even though it was right there.

The stoneridge, is a very convenient place to stay with great amenities the hotel was very clean the food is very good the restaurant pasto's was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and will be using it in the future

Fine hotel, with attentive staff and a dandy restaurant. Our convention was well-treated. But unless you arrive in your own vehicle, it might as well be on Mars. Deserves kudos for how quiet it is despite being only 75 metres from a busy highway.

Security cameras have never been hooked up. Our friends classic car was stolen. Another mans 56 Dodge had the window smashed and the ignition ripped out. Several others had signs of being tampered with. Owner said "It could happen anywhere". Totally unsympathetic and not helpful at all. We were stuck there until the insurance claim could be made without the restaurant being opened.

I was in London for an exam and my family were with me. The hotel was great. Everything was perfect and we had wonderful exprience.It was clean, cozy, relaxing, comfortable and very well equiped. It was more than I had expected

Really convenient location. Love Pastos Restaurant! Staff is always frirndly and helpful. Gym is nice for hotel. Better if had a pool and hot tub. Rooms are always clean and beds are usually comfortable even with my back issues.

Very clean and neat Hotel. Also easy access to 401 Hy-way. There is a small Chapel a walking distance from the hotel ideal for weddings etc. If you turn right on leaving the hotel you are heading for beautiful Port Stanly with its clean beaches and interesting shopping. ST Thomas another very interesting and historic place to spend a day exploring.

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Restaurant is a bit pricey, but the food is great. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Located out of the city for a quiet and undisturbed stay. Easy to find just off the main highway.

Location great for a wedding. Room was excellent. Food at wedding and restaurant excellent. There was at least 40 of us. Ball room was wonderful and the service was great. Breakfast Buffet next morning superb.

There was quite a lot of us who were staying here because it was close to the venue for a wedding reception. Kim on the front desk was most accommodating and tried to get us into our rooms as soon as possible which was greatly appreciated.

Location is bad, nothing around it. Staff are amazing. Could use a bar or something in the main seating area, lovely space but felt wasted there. Water pressure in the bathrooms was low. had to add extra characters because my response was too low, hope that did it

This place had the best bed to sleep in !!!! I was here because my truck broke down in this hotel accommodated me so well that I will recommend this to anybody traveling in and through London Ontario !

My wife and I stayed here for a conference and we were impressed with the hospitality of the staff and the convenience of the location. Very easy to reach, right at a highway 401 exit in west London, Ontario. The complimentary breakfast was very good, and served in the on-site restaurant (not just a breakfast area). Nice hot food to start the day off right, and the coffee was quite acceptable as well.

The hotel was nice and the room pleasant. The shower was a bit dark and claustrophobic. The other guests were noisy and yelling in the hallways in the middle of the night. They didn't even know which room they were in and knocked on ours by accident. Breakfast stuff were unwelcoming. The food and beverage selection was limited

Worst night trying to sleep in a motel that I can ever remember. I asked for a quiet room and got the closest room to the 401 and right beside the staircase so the door was loudly banging shut constantly. To block the noise from the highway I tried to filter out with toilet paper ear plugs; didn't work, tried wrapping a towel around my head; didn't work, tried turning the fan on; didn't work, tried pillows over my head'; didn't work. I was told there was a convention of girls staying there... then may I suggest giving them the noisy rooms as teens don't care about noise, I was there for a conference too and had an early breakfast meeting. The soap had a nice lilac fragrance but the cold water leaked and was backwards... off is to the right not to the left. Teeny closet with steal proof hangers. The walls are paper thin, can hear conversation in the next room and hallway noise. The best thing was the front doors are automatic but, smoking is right in front. The restaurant was awful and the most uncomfortable circulation killing chairs, take my advice; sit in a booth. I travel a lot and have stayed at many Best Westerns, but will not return to this one.

We came as part of a group, but would totally recommend this location to anyone. The wedding reception we attended was so well done, venue, food and staff were all exceptional! Lovely location and access.

The bedside tables need a serious dusting. The lamp beside the bed had spider webs. The drain in the bathroom sink has a brown sludge around it, easily removed with a cloth. I got a king room - beds are wonderfully comfortable. The staff are great! The lounge etc is clean and professional. There was some sort of youth organization there and they were back and forth from room to room letting doors slam. I called the front desk. I asked them to deal with it at approx 11pm. By approx 1am the door slamming stopped. I had to get up at 5, I was not impressed. I was there for a conference and we were in the restaurant for 6pm and told we had to be gone by 7:30 because of reservations. That did NOT impress us. By 7:15 they were shuffling food off our table and reminded we had to leave. we moved to the front lobby but would of rather of had the ability to remain in the restaurant and put tables together and let the wine drinkers have their wine and the coffee drinkers (like me) have some coffee. The restaurant did give us coffee to go but alcohol is not permitted in the lounge/lobby area. All in all it was an ok stay, but not a 5 star stay.

We stayed one night in this Best Western in London. Beautiful lobby area, staff very friendly and rooms were quiet and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Basic breakfast included with decent variety in buffet.

High praises for the restaurant dinners and the quality of service from the staff. The location is excellent with great parking and it is convenient to get there. We have been there several times and love this place and the staff treat us like family.

We just stayed one night on our way to Toronto. The hotel was clean and well kept. Nicely decorated. Staff were super friendly and breakfast buffet delicious. Our only issue was spotty WiFi but we will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed on our way to Kitchener. It was a nice place and I would stay again. It was clean and the staff was friendly bed was comfortable and the pillows were good. Contenental breakfast was okay really just a normal continental breakfast. My only complaint with this hotel was the height of the toilet. It was a killer to use since it was so low to the floor.

This place has a very big parking lot for trucks and cars campers has extra parking in the back has a nice restaurant on-site very spacious and clean rooms I have never use the internet so I cannot tell you about the internet

This is a lovely hotel, with a beautiful lobby, great breakfast and comfortable rooms. I would stay again. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is very close to the 401, so there is some road noise but we did not find this to be disturbing.

Stayed one short night on our travels through. Location off 401 was amazing. Included breakfast buffet was great and had lots of variety. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Highly recommended.

Nice quiet stay at the Best Western Plus. The Staff were excellent. The hotel offered a comfortable bed and a nice breakfast. The hotel is located on the outskirts of London, which accommodated my needs. I would definitely stay here again.

The receptionist was friendly, and quick to check me in, essential to me as I arrived late in the evening. The foyer was impressive and spacious, which gave me a good feeling about the room, all of which are on the main floor (for standard), so no struggling with bags up any stairs. The room was really comfy and the mattress amazing, I got a really nice sleep. However, there were small stains on the headboard, which I wiped with a damp hand towel. I also noticed very thick dust gathered around the bottom of the lamp shade, which I'm surprised housekeeping did not notice. I'm very sensitive to dust, so not a great situation. The bathroom didn't appear to have been cleaned. The floor was dirty (shoe/dirt marks everywhere), the edge of the bathtub had stains from the previous guest, there was soap scum on the shower shelving, and toothpaste stains etc on the sink countertop as well as the sink faucet. The toilet was clean but everything else appeared to have been forgotten by housekeeping. I had to clean with a damp hand towel and used a bath towel to cover the stains on the floor. The following morning (fortunately I had already woken up) I heard sounds coming from the door handle and noticed through the spy hole that it was housekeeping trying to get in my room. No knock or anything, just lots of fidgeting around with the door handle/lock. She left and then I noticed she returned a few minutes later doing the same thing briefly, then disappeared. Then about 20 mins later a guest attempted to open my door with his key card, but I caught him in time and opened the door myself, to which he apologized. It appeared that reception did not let housekeeping know that I was in the room, so the room was showing up as vacant to them. I've worked in hotels in the past and know that the receptionist must have printed off the housekeeping and emergency guest list sheets before my reservation had been made that evening, but they should have known to manually add me to those lists if they were not willing to do a new printout. The really dangerous thing about it is if there was a fire or a computer blackout, no one would have known I was in the room, since I was not on those lists. Though this was probably a one-off occurrence, I hope management still look into this as this is a safety issue and should not happen again. I would recommend this hotel, it was comfortable, I had a great sleep, but housekeeping need to be more thorough with their cleaning. They should clean the rooms as if they plan on staying in them. If it's not clean for them, then it's not clean for their guests.

We have had our Christmas party here for a couple of years now. The team is amazing and they always do a great job. The front desk staff always seem to keep busy cleaning, dusting and sleeping and are very attentive to your needs. We book a section of rooms which are typical but I would say excellent value for the price. Everything works and is clean. We would recommend to anyone.

The location, is out of main London, but easy commute by vehicle to main areas of London. It is located right off the highway ( it is right off the highway, and you can clearly see it) First impression was very nice. Well kept grounds and nice entrance. Our room was "ok". I don't think our room was used in a while , as there was dust in places ( head board , work table and the night table had sticky marks that not been cleaned ) . The water tasted AWFUL . I went to front desk to ask why, or if that was normal. I was told that some places in the area are like that, but was told it was fine to drink. We bought bottled water for drinking and to make coffee in the morning ( yes, there is a small coffee maker in the room). The beds were comfortable, and if you are going in the winter, I am sure you may find the duvet very warm. ( we went while the weather was still warm, and found it much too warm) The free breakfast is from 6:30 to 9:30 am and is standard muffins, bagels, cereal, yogurt, scrambled eggs, tiny sausage and I think mini pre made pancakes. The heating/air conditioning unit in the room was dirty. The sounds between the rooms are not good. I could hear the room beside us going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Poor sound insulation. Housekeeping only changed the garbage and changed towels. She did ask once if we needed anything as we were getting ready to go out for the day ( I know most housekeepers prefer if no one is in the room so they can clean it proper). However, I wish she could have replaced coffee pods for the next morning and maybe make the beds. For the price I paid for a Thursday and Friday night, I would not go back again.

Nice hotel, good service, good food in the Italian restaurant, good breakfast all over cant say a bad word about tis place! If you like a country side living not in down towns area this is the place to be. I go back any time.

We stayed here for a conference. Staff was very friendly, rooms were outstanding. Nice large conference rooms. Restaurant was nice for breakfast which was included in the price of the room. The restaurant could not handle everyone for the conference so we had to go out of the hotel for dinners. All in all a good value.

This hotel is a little out of town not near restaurants or shopping, although it has a great restaurant in the hotel. This hotel is a great place to have a conference or a wedding, it is well run clean and friendly. It is sort of out in the country a few miles from London city center but well worth the drive. We will be back.

Really enjoyed my stay. The staff are so friendly and treat you like family. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms clean and nicely appointment. Great choice for weddings or family get together. Nice apple picking and pumpkin farms in the area as well.

Were in St. Thomas for a wedding. This was a nice clean spot nearby with friendly staff. The breakfast was good. If you are ever in the area this is definitely a good choice for a nice comfortable place to stay at a good price.

We stayed at this hotel overnight after getting married in the Rose Chapel which is beside it. The Rose Chapel is lovely and was perfect for our small group of 24 people. Natalie was a great help to us and even took some pictures for us after the ceremony. We had our Reception supper at Pasto's Grill. Everyone enjoyed the food. It arrived in a timely fashion and was hot and tasty. The servers were pleasant and efficient. Some of us enjoyed sitting and visiting out in the lobby after dinner in the lounging area by a fireplace. We went upstairs at one point to change into comfortable clothes and found teenage girls sitting on the floors in the hallway and talking with each other. (I believe they were a sports team who were staying overnight). We mentioned it to Kim at the desk and she zoomed up the stairs to inform the girls that they had to respect other guests and to use a game room that had been reserved for them. When we went up again, all was quiet. Thank you, Kim! We were on the second floor and could see the 401 out the window, but it was very quiet and we never heard the traffic. We had a nice sleep, the bed was comfy, the temperature of the room was perfect. We had a hot breakfast in the morning at Pasto's Grill and enjoyed the selections. We have no complaints about this lovely hotel and would recommend it to anyone! In fact, I said to my new husband that it was one of the best hotels we had ever stayed at! :)

Everyone was extremely polite and professional, the facility was good, great parking, close enough to downtown but far enough so you can get a good night sleep. great choice. nice hotel.. and friendly and considerate staff. A-1 service.. The staff were always willing to accommodate wherever possible , and seemed happy with their Jobs, To me this makes a big difference in customer service.. and customer satisfaction and loyalty , I hope the owners recognise the front line staff and the cleaning staff, are the background of hospitality service that is often overlooked for creature comforts..LED T.V. and flashy furniture) ,people make the difference and are hard to come by. Hotel is out of the way and about 10 minutes to Other places in London. There is no pool or hot tub. They do not even have a microwave in the lobby or in the rooms but a nice fridge in the room ,no freezer in the fridge. Staff very nice and a very good free breakfast in the restaurant in the morning. Location right off of the 401. Very clean room and nice bed.

We recently stayed at the Stoneridge for two nights. When we arrived we were placed in a room on the first floor close to the conference rooms. We were concerned that it would be noisy in the mornings, so we asked to be placed in another room. Not to mention, the carpet was very worn and dirty looking, and the room wasn't very clean. The person at the desk wasn't very happy that we wanted to be placed elsewhere. Made us feel very uncomfortable. We noticed that the rooms were very damp. It was a hot couple of days, so the a/c was on high, but it still seemed cooler in the halls compared to our room. And, the sheets were damp. Breakfast was pretty good for continental. But, those damp rooms were really concerning. Mold?

very good staff on the desk, room was a surprise, nicely done, and quiet in the night time. Breakfast was included but the food was not hot ( buffet style). Eggs were very nice but luke warm. Not a large selection

We used the conference room and had a wonderful served meal and the bar staff was fun and good at his job. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice but the water pressure was not good at all. That would be my only complaint. The free breakfast was a wonderful spread of breakfast selections... very good!

Looked good at onset, but the bed was unsleepable. Neither my husband or I got any sleep it was so uncomfortable. Reception signing in was very nice. Restaurant so so. Complained about the bed the next day---answer, sorry to hear that. Not going back to this location.

Hotel has been more recently renovated, the lobby is excellent. Rooms have more modern furnishings. The beds were harder, but I slept very well overall. Hotel and rooms were very clean (but bizarrely housekeeping was coming around at 8:30am... WAY too early). There's no overhead light in the room, so coming in the dark you have to feel around for the bedside lamp (when I checked in, the light wasn't plugged in, I had to crawl under the bed to plug it back in). Not a big enough deal to call in, probably just got unplugged vacuuming. Air conditioning in the room works well, cools the room down fairly quickly. Not the quietest ever, but not the loudest either. Annoyingly, when we came back to our room later in the day housekeeping had turned the temp up to 78deg, so our room was sweltering and humid. It did cool down relatively quickly. We stayed for two nights - visiting a relative in the hospital. We came back to the rooms at 9:30pm, only to find none of our cards worked. Had to get new ones reprogrammed at the Front Desk (no explanation was given as to why we were locked out of our rooms). Frustrating. The internet is utterly useless. If you can read this, then this TripAdvisor review was the only successful thing I was able to do on this wifi. And forget about water pressure. You'd get wetter in a sponge bath. Breakfast was poor to mediocre. Coffee was good though. Despite staying on the 1st floor facing the parking lot, it was relatively quiet. Curtains do a good job keeping the light out.

Very nice hotel and Maureen at the front desk was an absolute pleasure. Just stayed one night on our way to Niagara Falls. Nice breakfast in the restaurant, bed was great but wifi was spotty. Would absolutely stay again.

Go with something newer this place is gorgeous from the outside, the rooms are atrocious with no internet, and the water is a trickle in the morning. I would suggest major reno, but in the mean time stay some where else. Oh and this place is literally in the middle of no where. Great breakfast though...

Attended a wedding at the Best Western last weekend and we were so impressed by the facilities the staff and the fine dinner we were served. The building was beautiful inside the detail and craftsmanship was very nice to see and very unexpected. We were blown away by the church we expected an old church with an old interior boy were we wrong!! It was magnificent inside. We appreciated the air conditioning as well. The staff serving could not have been more attentative, kind and courteous. The selection of food was wonderful and the way it was presented was impressive and best of all the portions and tastes were to die for!!! Bravo!! Someone at this hotel is a stickler for detail and has an understanding of how to treat a customer. Job well done!! We will be back for dinner. Yummy!! Tom and Helen Myles London

At $160 a night, I expect more. The hotel itself is okay and the staff very friendly but the water smells of sulfur and our A/C unit was noisy enough to wake us up throughout the night and did not work well. We were there to attend a wedding in West London and this was the recommended hotel. We did not lodge a complaint as the hotel was sold out, we arrived very late to our room, and check out lined up as we were leaving.

Excellent hotel great restaurant near main highways. Plenty parking Proper full breakfast offered. Food was excellent. Rooms were a good size and well furnished. So convenient when driving just of main highway.

I had the pleasure of a return visit to this London, Ontario property. From the time you pull into the spacious parking lot and unload your luggage through the automatically opening front doors, always a smooth check-in. Paperwork and room selection is waiting at the front desk. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. Great restaurant on site with full hot breakfast in the morning. Amazing staff and management. My number one choice when I visit this area.

Always a pleasure to check-in to this establishment. Service is the best around, and the rooms are always in top condition. If one is traveling on 402, by the time you get to the hotel you may think you have made an error of judgement, ubut it is worthwhile to stay here.

We stayed there on the way back to Michigan-there isn't much around it but the restaurant is good and the rooms were very nice. The lobby is beautiful and it is obviously a conference center but was also family friendly.

Great hotel, was clean and pretty quite. It would have been nice if our window opened but being close to the free-way I could see why you can't. It was a bit of a drive from London and a bit closer would have been nice. Nice big lobby, great service, good restaurant. We would stay again.

Clean and quiet place with nice restaurant on site. Price includes breakfast that is served in the restaurant which was nice. We stayed for a long weekend and the place was very quiet despite all rooms being booked. It is conveniently located close to the highway with plenty of parking. The check in took more than half an hour as there was an issue with the system.

Was at our sons wedding it was an excellent experience, beautiful hotel, excellent setting for a wedding dinner and reception. Food was excellent, staff very professional. Room as perfect for size of wedding. Rooms very nice, food at breakfast was wonderful. Overall excellent stay.

Pros- Good location, close to highways 402 & 401; good breakfast; spacious one king bed room; neat and clean, pretty property and excellent staff! Cons- The bathrooms are minuscule- wash basin, toilet and tub crammed into a tiny space (Have never before seen such a bathroom in any other hotel, including other Best Westerns!) Also the clothes closet/cupboard is very small, hence I feel this hotel is good for only an overnight stay. Another thing is the AC units in the two rooms we booked were extremely noisy- woke me up many times during the night. I got a very good price for the room ($99/- per room) so it was okay for a night's stay. If I was staying for a longer period, I would choose another hotel.

I stayed here for a night with my two young sons to break the journey between Toronto and the US border at Sarnia/Port Huron. The hotel is very well situated just off the 401 interstate - and about a 5 minute drive to the 402. There was plenty of parking available, event though the hotel was full. The staff were friendly. The room itself was fine, although perhaps the decor/furnishing was slightly dated. There was no noise from the road despite its relatively close proximity. Breakfast on a Sunday starts at 0730 in the connected restaurant. There was a good choice of hot food and pastries, and it wasn't the chaos that sometimes you find with other hotel breakfast sessions.

Visited this location two separate times in 9 days. Both times I was given a room with a very musty smell and damp carpet. I asked for a different room. The carpet in the hallways was even wet on both occasions. Very odd!

We really liked the quietness of this hotel; being out of the city and yet close enough to the main highway made this is good location for our overnight stay. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the breakfast staff - very attentive. The food was excellent. We would chose to stay here again if we are in the area.

Return visit to attend a large family event. Room was damp, musty, smelly and most uncomfortable and unhealthy environment to sleep in for three nights. Seemed the entire lower floor had some issues re: humidity and dampness. The tap water was smelly and we didn't drink it. The restaurant on this property was excellent for dinner and lunch; breakfast was okay but varied in the offering by day of week (for some reason?).

I generally return to this hotel. The staff are great and the breakfast in the restaurant is a wonderful start for the morning. The restaurant staff are very attentive. The rooms are very clean - I've never had an issue there. The hotel also has a very nice ambiance.

We stayed here on our way to Niagara Falls. It was out side the city so it was very quiet. When we arrived we were greeted by a young lady who was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. We went to the restaurant that was part of the hotel. Food was very good and great service at a reasonable price. In the morning you received a voucher for a free breakfast at the the restaurant. Will stay there again.

We attended a wedding at the hotel along with a number of other out of town guests. We arrived a few hours before check in and were immediately booked in, greatly appreciated. The room was large, well appointed and extremely comfortable. We asked for a few more pillows because of a medical comfort situation and within 10 minutes the desk clerk I had spoken to arrived to ensure that the request was handled properly and timely. The chapel on the grounds is a very nice touch and apparently booked well in advance. It is an old brick structure that gives off a welcoming warmth and comfort that you would find in old country churches. The reception and the dinner was an exercise in understated elegance. The food was very well received and complimented by one and all. The entire evening was an outstanding success. The next morning we went for breakfast in the restaurant portion of the Inn which is available to all guests before the restaurant opens for dinner. A large array of hot and cold items, juices, etc were available and there was no shortage of hungry guests. I would like to be able to suggest that there was a minor flaw somewhere but that is not possible. This Hotel is a first class venue and with a staff that doesn't hesitate to go the extra mile.

We have stayed here a few times. Love the hospitality, cleanliness, and landscaping surrounding the property. Well maintained! The restaurant serves delicious as well as reasonably priced food. Breakfast is included and is hot or fresh cold.

Beds are ultra comfy, rooms well appointed, staff are very friendly and helpful. The entire property is spotless and has a beautiful entrance way with streams, plants and rocks. The free breakfast (6:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.) is bountiful with selections of warm and cold foods. The restaurant (Italian themed) is open again at 11:00 a.m., has a vast selection and the food is delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were very friendly, room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and we ate dinner at the attached restaurant and it was exceptional. This is west of London and a great stopping place on our way back to Detroit.

As with all Best Western Hotels we have stayed at, the staff were exceptional along with the hotel itself. The location was right on highway 401 just outside of London, Ontario. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff here is very nice and really went out of their way to make our baseball team comfortable. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with a fridge and optional microwave. Breakfast was adequate for what we needed. They were kind enough to provide a hospitality room for the team to gather in between games. I would book it again for a group block without hesitation.

Stayed here while on a theatre tour of western Ontario; pleasantly surprised...this is one Best Western where the Plus is indeed just that. Pleasant check-in, large, comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast in the onsite restaurant. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

This hotel was perfectly location for us between St thomas and Delaware, and a short bus ride to our wedding in Melbourne. The bed were very comfortable. We have used this hotel a few year back because of its location, but I won't never suggest my friends and family stay again. First big issue, we had ask to have a room block for our wedding as 99% of our guest were from out of town. I come to find out they did not hold 15 rooms as agree upon as my sister called and was told the hotel was completely full. I understand mistake happen, but never once did they admit to making an error. I did go directly to the hotel and finally got a lame apology and was told they were working on it and that it should all work out. Not very helpful. I received no communication until 2 weeks before my wedding date when they send they left a message on my phone a week ago (that I did not receive) that rooms had opened up and they they could only hold a couple more days. at that point since people were traveling from all over the world they had found alternative accommodations. I also came to find out a number of guests had problems reserving as the reception could not find our rooms block and they had to call back. One guest even called back the next day to confirm as they did not receive an email to find out the reservation was not even complete. The breakfast was fine, I would have like a bit more hot food options. The staff at breakfast were not very friendly. Overall, the hotel is fine for a quick night stay but I would not recommend for a large group. The low rating comes from the lack of communication and any help from managment

excellent accommodations and services for our entire family. We were greeted with smiles and helpful staff at the front desk. When we went for lunch at the restaurant the staff was very accommodating and the food was excellent. Our stay was very enjoyable and the complementary breakfast was also excellent the next morning.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The staff was friendly for the most part but I just had issue after issue throughout my stay. When I arrived I discovered that the toilet in my room was broken, it did not flush at all. When I requested that someone look at it the receptionist said she would send someone but I returned to the Hotel 4 hours later to find that the issue had not been resolved. I was then transferred to another room however the transfer was not completed correctly and therefore my room key did not work when I returned the next day. On the second day the power went out briefly. The staff fixed this issue quickly but it just added to the unfortunate events that occurred. On the bright side breakfast was very good and there were plenty of options. The restaurant staff are very polite and accommodating and the food is delicious! Overall the hotel was very clean and appealing, I just had a bad experience.

Located between London and Port Stanley, stayed over a Saturday to have a day out of town. Front desk staff had our room cleaned ahead of schedule to let us in as we arrived early. Clean hotel with nice beds and big room. Friendly staff, excellent value and breakfast included - what's not to like?

Very comfortable. Tried to check in at 2:45 PM and was denied until after 3 PM. A little disappointed because we were on our way to a party and would have preferred to leave luggage in our room instead of dragging in at 10:30 PM.

If you are looking for a premium-class hotel that is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but near enough that you can participate after some R&R, then this just might be your kind of place. It worked out great for me. Nice large rooms with more than the expected amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Plus, there is a first-class Italian Restaurant/Pizzaria with an impressive wine selection attached. Lots of parking space too. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with a good night of sleep followed by an outstanding breakfast (included) in the AM. I highly recommend this property. Tichiganblues

I give it a four. Rooms were very clean and the facility was nice however we had requested a room either close to elevator or on the main floor near the main entrance because my mom needs a cane . They put other rooms from convention closer and we were on the second floor away from elevators. Other then that food was also good.

I was in the area on business and this hotel represents awesome value for a nice room, comfy bed, nice breakfast with your stay and friendly service. While it is not right in London, it is only a 10 minute drive ot the conference I was facilitating.

For a quick overnight stop the hotel is conveniently located near the highway. The rooms are okay, the in-room air con a little on the noisy side. Maybe some rooms are quieter than others. - The hotel is not close to anything in walking distance, however it has a restaurant connected, if one wants to have a beer or wine after a long day of driving. The food there was okay, the service decent, but not efficient.

Close off the 401 yet still short distance to major city or town. The area is quiet, restaurant food was excellent . The room and lobby is clean with a pleasant staff to great you. The breakfast included was a great start for our long drive.

We really enjoy staying at this hotel. It is conveniently located right off the 401 and there is easy access to London. The staff are always friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The on-site restaurant is excellent: it is one of our favourites and we always try to include a lunch or dinner then when staying at the hotel or driving by on the highway.

Stayed here for one night with the family. What a nice hotel!! Rooms were superb. Complementary breakfast was also very good a nice surprise as we hadn't realised it was included. We used the hotel as a stopover base on our trip from Toronto to Detroit. Would definitely stay again.

I've stayed at this hotel often on business. The rooms are nice, the restaurant is fantastic. The complimentary breakfast is very good. The only complaint is that their remodel has been going of for a long time and causes some inconvenience. I hope that it is finished soon as I have been avoiding it on my most recent trips because of it. Very convenient - literally right on the 401! But causes a bit of road noise.

I wasn't expecting much due to the location of the hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. If I stay in the area again, I'll definitely try to stay here. The check-in was easy, the lobby and room were quite nice, and I had a very relaxing sleep even with a storm happening outside. My experience with the hotel was outstanding. My only negative was the breakfast in the morning. The hostess didn't care that I was there, the buffet was tired even though the hostess would pretend to tend to it, and after I forced myself to eat the slop that was there, I felt off for the rest of the day. I don't know why I ate it other than I was on a tight schedule and didn't know when I'd eat next. As someone who tips 20%+ for excellent customer service, I didn't leave a tip at all. It's too bad that this sub-par restaurant is attached to an above average hotel.

Located just off the 401, this us a great hotel to stay at while travelling. The property has been recently updated. The rooms are super clean & beds comfortable. We understand this is also great for meetings & wedding receptions. The hotel has a good resto "Pasto's" and the food is worth the visit. Chill out in the lobby where there are comfortable sofas with a welcoming fireplace on a chilly day.

We have stayed here before and enjoyed it so much that we made a night away for the two of us...the only thing that was a big let down was the restaurant was closed that night. We were looking forward to a nice dinner and wine..really like that idea of have a few drinks and not having to drive..

This hotel has great staff and is a wonderful clean overnight stop in the middle of the countryside. Close to highway 401 but far enough away that there is no traffic noise. Good restaurant in the hotel and a very nice lobby with fireplace if you want to sit and relax. Great spot for an overnight when you are driving through this area. There are conference rooms that would make a nice spot for a meeting or retreat for a large group.

We have stayed at the Best Western PLUS Stoneridge Inn & Conference Centre on previous occasions. It is usually our hotel of choice while staying in the area. Location is convenient for travelling as it right off Hwy 401. This allows for easy access to local attractions without being in the city itself. Staff are always welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is excellent as well with a great selection of hot and cold offerings. Thank you.

We had a Seminar to attend in Lambeth area and the proximity of the BW Stoneridge Inn &CC was very close to it! This was a Win Win for us as we were able to get to the Location very easily from the 401 and it was just a short distance from our Seminar!

This hotel was very accessible to travel, clean, pleasant staff and very accommodating. I would recommend dinner at the attached Italian restaurant excellent food. This hotel was very well decorated and warm feeling when entering the lobby.

Our one night stay in this hotel was nice and quiet. Although this two storey hotel is by the highway you don't hear any noise. The place is clean and has everything one needs for their stay. Bed was comfortable and staff very pleasant. There is a really nice restaurant – Pasto's Grill – in the hotel where we had our drinks and dinner. Breakfast that was included is served in the restaurant too. The only thing is that although the restaurant has an espresso machine and we had a few delicious coffees during the day, the breakfast staff does not know how to operate it. So we were left without our morning coffee (well they do have the watery one that most in the area drink). Overall a very good experience.

Second time at this property but not the last. Very friendly staff and ultra clean hotel. Greeted by Connie at the front desk upon arrival who informed me that my room has been upgraded and asked what part of the hotel would I prefer. Also offered a snack or free points since I have a Diamond card. Something that is rarely offered. Hats off to the Management and staff at this property.

Left Toronto airport about 1700, got here by 1900 despite some snow. Located very close to 401 highway but not that you'd know. Speedy check in (although it was very quiet that night), nice reception area, good wifi speed. Room on ground floor warm and clean. Didnt want to head out again due to snowfall so opted to eat in the on site restaurant (Italian), had very nice meal at a reasonable price. Had a good nights sleep and left refreshed the following morning. Will definitely stay again if my travels bring me in this direction.

No complaints about this place! We stayed during the week so it was fairly quiet. Nice rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was also decent, had a number of hot options as well as the usual continental items. Would stay again.

We drove up to London to visit our family. We stayed in the hotel at night and had a wonderful surprise to see that a reasonable price for a hotel room still gave us a very peaceful and restful night. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was very comfortable, well furnished, lovely comfy bed and nice large TV. Every detail was considered right down to the large bottle of water in the room for those who don't want to use tap water to make coffee or brush teeth etc. The attached restaurant was far better than we had hoped. We ate lunch and dinner there then breakfast the next morning. All of the food was very reasonably priced and very tasty. The Beef Tenderloin special we had for dinner was so tender I could almost have cut it with my fork. The hot buffet breakfast was included with the room and had an excellent selection. We would definitely go back and would happily recommend it to anyone.

We attended this property for a wedding function and I was very impressed due to how clean the inside of this property is. The public restrooms were very clean followed by a very comfortable lobby area. The staff were very friendly and courteous also. Great establishment for any type of business or family function.

The hotel was fine... for a three star it was good, and the value was good. The room was clean and the free wifi, free parking, and free breakfast was good. If you are looking for a good value and aren't looking for anything fancy this hotel would be good. The only problem is the location, I booked through hotwire and would not have chosen this hotel if I had realized how far out of the city it was.

The noise levels in the late and early hours at this hotel are unacceptable. At some point past midnight, a tractor was reversing (and making the associated sounds/alarms) on hotel property behind my room. Then in the early morning, housekeeping was making a lot of LOUD noise which included everything from yelling out "housekeeping," to laughing and joking in a loud manner (my room door was closed), to vacuuming the adjacent room and banging on every wall and cabinet imaginable. Room walls are paper thin so I felt like she was basically cleaning in my room! I put out the "silence please " sign but this was to no avail: the noise just continued. Also, the heater in the room is terrible. You can adjust the temperature of the heat blowing out but it doesn't seem to have an automatic temperature control so it just keeps pumping hot air through. I was awakened at night because I could not breathe! I had a very important interview in the morning and came to Best Western so that I could be well rested and not have to drive 1.5 hours from home in the morning. In the end my stay turned out to be a complete waste of money as I was very tired in the morning after the constant disturbances! The worst part is, at check out the receptionist didn't even bother to ask how was my stay. Well, it was horrible! What a shame because the rooms are beautiful and the renos look promising. I wish I saved my money and stayed at home.

Room was very nice, however, renos made hotel not appealing, planned nice trip at nice 3star. Did not have lobby area, no elevators etc because they were doing renovations. Nice choices in breakfast however was moved to banquet area. Staff in breakfast and night check in very nice.

Although outside this hotel looks quite disappointing, your room will be nice, spacious, clean and renovated with new furniture and modern finishes. Continental breakfast will also not disappoint. My partner and I recommend Best Western Plus near London, Ontario.

Good room, comfortable bed with fridge and coffee maker included. There was a great breakfast included in a very reasonable price. Disappointed to find the restaurant closed for the Christmas / New Year week. Location far from any other restaurant.

This was a nice experiance. We were traveling from Niagara and towards Chicago. We needed to book a overnight stay. The price was nice and the hotel had a lot more quality that I expected. The room was nice, breakfast as well. Free parking outside. The restaurant was very good. Nothing to complain about.

always great to stay here my one suggestion would be when people come into restaurant for breakfast staff direct them and point out to as what is available to them people just wandered in and were not quite sure what to do 2 girls did not even direct people or point out what was available

Have stayed at this hotel many times when in london and it never fails to dissappoint, a little off the beaten path but well worth the drive. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfy. Grounds are lovelly. The hotel is nice and quiet and you get a great breakfast with your room.

We were ending our holiday at Niagara Falls and also wanted to visit Point Pelee so we chose a point about half way between: the BW Stoneridge Inn at St Thomas. Simple to reach off Highway 401. Booking was made for an "upstairs room" but we were given the a ground floor room at the end of the east wing right next to the highway - thought it would be noisy but couldn't hear any traffic. Room had 2 queen beds and tastefully decorated bathroom with plenty of towels and nice hot shower. In-room safe (didn't use). We didn't get any housekeeping the first morning but by the second our bins were overflowing so had to mention to front desk. On return our bins had been emptied but bed not made again (not a problem but why not?). Disappointed that there was no area information in the room directory which would have been useful. (Online, we found Fanshawe Conservation Area to do some hiking). Very few TV channels so other than watching the Weather Network it was a choice of news, sport or reality garbage. Wifi hit and miss as is usual in hotels. Plentiful complimentary breakfast was served in the smart on site Pasto's Grill restaurant. Hot items - sausage, scrambled eggs/omlette, french toast - served along with usual breads, bagels, cereals, pastries, yoghurt, fruit melange, juices and coffee or tea. It was a joy to eat off real crockery with metal cutlery after trying to spread rock hard butter with bendy plastic knives in the other hotels we stayed. The hotel was packed out over Fri/Sat nights as threre was a wedding taking place. There was unsurprisingly a good knees-up going on but we weren't bothered by any noise from it. Being off the highway nothing much close by - no pubs or shops in the immediate area. The nearest grocery/LCBO in St Thomas about 8 miles away.

Internet was a little slow, Only one Dinner option on property and nothing else much around the hotel, but the staff were pleasant enough and the room was clean, quiet, and has all the amenities that you need for a business trip hotel.

10 tv channels, free wifi which signal is not strong enough to work, no offer to help when complained. Front desk lady is horrible!! I extended a work stay to relax for a day and was sad when I went down for breakfast at 10am and the resto was closed...WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

I spent the weekend at the Stoneridge Inn for my best friend's wedding and must give them the highest level of praise. It provided us with the backdrop to a memorable weekend that will never be forgotten. Both the wedding and the reception were well organized and the staff was extremely hospitable. They often went well above expectations to please each and every guest. It's also worth noting that the food was spectacular and the room for my wife and I was incredibly comfortable. On a side note, Pasto's Grill (which received a previous 5/5 review from me) is also top-notch. The Stoneridge Inn earns my highest recommendation!

I liked my stay at the hotel, I remember very well when I alighted, I was attended to by some really good staff, they even gave me a quick tour all around and helped me carry my luggage. Apart from that, the rooms were very clean and silent enough.

Looks new hotel, everything is good. My kid lost a computer in the room and I received a call when I was driving on the 401 highway. People all nice and i think this is the good one under the brand name.

That hotel was just like home. Staff very courteous, polite and helpful. The room was very clean & spacious. Slept very very well since the mattress was very comfortable. It is a very quiet place to relax. Breakfast was delicious. Going back next year & will be staying at the some hotel. I recommend that hotel to everybody.

Hotel very nice. Rooms clean. Called for reservation and can't use my BW membership to pull my info. Had to give it all again. Had wrong rate and still did not enter my BW number. No SN channel to watch baseball game. Told to try bar. 1 x 24 inch tv and it was turned off. Ordered take out and portion was small but tasty. Watch my order sit under the lamps for 10 minutes while I sat there. Wait service was slow and not very knowledgeable. Asked for bottle water and was shown a fancy Italian brand. Said that was all they had. When walking out, saw bottles of regular water on counter. Free breakfast in morning. Walked in and wait staff just standing around. Had to sit myself and discovered it was a buffet. communication in this restaurant was poor last night and again in the morning. Again food and coffee was good but service lifeless. Right off highway and if it is a quiet place you need to stay and enjoy fancy restaurant, most would like this place. It just lacked a lot of little things I come to expect when travelling on the road.

With the exception of the girl that first checked us in the hotel staff didn't care about the guests. In-room internet kept logging you off and the room smelled of must and mildew. The staff tried to mask it with bleach but it didn't work. Manager didn't seem to care all he wanted to do was get rid of the guests when their stay was over!

I booked via priceline when I bud for a London hotel. I think the bid was about $70 and the hotel included breakfast so it was a good deal, But this place is not IN London. It is so far out of town you cannot see any part of london from there. There are no stores or restaurants other than their restaurant. The first room smelled like someone emptied a can of Febreeze in it. The next room was ok. Hotel is dated but ok if you get a deal.

Llkely to return on a future visit due to good service, cleanliness, and breakfast value. We like the quietness of the neighborhood, access to the highway, and close to things we wanted to do. The staff was very helpful with directions to points of interest.
