Best Western Plus Lincoln Inn & Suites

I was glad that I picked this location. The staff were extremely friendly, and helpful when I had questions. It is easily access, and close to the freeway. Parking lot is well lit. The room was excellent, and very clean. The breakfast was real good as well.

I stayed for a medical procedure at the hospital and it was nice having a peaceful place to come back to after my surgery. I was glad to finally find a hotel that doesn't reek of cigarettes as I'm not a smoker. It smelled clean and was an overall great experience.

This was a great place to stay while enroute to our destination. Location is accessible. Room was clean, hotel was quiet, bed was comfortable, breakfast was adequate, and the price was reasonable. I would stay there again and recommend to others.

Convenient location on the North end of town, exit 403 off I-80, family friendly hotel, comfortable beds, free breakfast, friendly staff. We used this location to visit various historical sites and museums. I found the Enterprise Car rental facility nearby very convenient 5 minute walk and moderately priced to rent a vehicle. We noticed the Hotel has some competition in the area, but the staff are working hard to stay focus on giving polite, helpful and friendly service. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

This hotel is conveniently located off of I-80 with plenty of places in the area to eat. The hotel itself is clean, the rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly. The complimentary breakfast has a variety of food to eat. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times while traveling. We would definitely stay here again.

We were traveling 2,250 miles to get to our destination over Christmas break and this location was great. We had our dog and four kids. We brought our own portable crib, and the kids were comfortable splitting one of queen beds and the sofa bed. Husband and I slept great on the other queen bed. Bathroom water was warm and had great pressure. Definitely great quality for the price. 10/10 would recommend.

Beds are so comfortable. We had our dog and it has a great field we let her run in. Rooms were nice and clean and liked the temperature control. Breakfast was amazing and lots of great options of sausage, eggs, biscuit and gravy, cereal, yogurt and more Cons: the pool was freezing cold and hot tub was barely warm. Also found hand gun laying in the back field which was quite alarming. Told front desk about it. All in all we will stay again.

No maid service. Rooms are cold. No extra pillows available and run small travel size. Over charging due to a football game and every tax charged that they could be charged was tacked on. The amount spent on taxes could got another night stay. Never stay again.

We stay at this hotel when we come to Lincoln for kart racing. We have stayed here multiple times and plan on staying here in the future. The staff is always friendly, the hotel is in a good location, the amenities are great, the pool is nice and it has always been an overall great experience.

I stayed at the Best Western Plus Lincoln Inn & Suites while on a road trip around the mid west. I went to visit Lincoln and the area. My room was clean and quiet. The mattress seems to be needing replacement, but it did not stop me from having a good night sleep. The breakfast was pretty standard. I didn't take any of the hot stuff. Just had a bagel, peanut butter and Nutella, and also a pack of apricot in syrup. The service at the reception was good. Overall, a good stay.

I walked by the indoor pool and observed a man swimming with his dog in the pool. The woman he was with was taking pictures of the two 'happy swimmers'. I stopped at the front desk to check if pets were, in fact, allowed in the pool. The woman at the front desk said, "I will have to check with someone about that." Really??? Is there any place that pets aren't allowed at the Best Western Plus Lincoln Inn & Suites? Can they eat at the breakfast buffet as well?

Smelly room. Unclean sheets, marks all over the walls where paint has been chipped off. Flat pillows and bed was horrible. I left and found a different hotel after talking to front desk. They wanted to just move me but I said no because that room reflects the balance of the rooms here.

Nice size hotel with good parking and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There are al lot of amenities around the location to eat and get gas and visit stores if you need to pick up a few things.Just a nice pleasant stay

This is the first time my husband & I stayed at a Best Western Plus and we were very impressed. The room was clean and spacious as was the breakfast area. I had waffles and bacon (crispy, the way I like it) and my husband had biscuits, gravy, bacon and scrambled eggs- all were very good. If we stop in Lincoln again, we'd probably stay here again- my only complaint is the 5 (yes, 5) additional taxes (state, city, county) but I know this isn't the hotel's fault.

We stayed for one night and the staff were very friendly, the room was excellent and breakfast was awesome. They had omelets and sausage links. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from to eat dinner.

My family and I recently stayed at the BWP on the east side of Lincoln. What a treat it is to stay at this hotel. Their amenities are fantastic - hot tub, swimming pool, fitness center, internet, continental breakfast, and great coffee options including strong flavorful coffee! Their staff at the desk and breakfast were stellar; they were most helpful and quite appreciative for us being there. I would highly recommend staying at this great hotel. It's in a very good location. It's quiet and has a lot of amenities! The room was very nice!

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Front staff was welcoming! We had a king bed, which was comfortable and a desk plus and easy chair. Room was spaceous and very quiet and met all our needs for a one night stay. Bathroom was a good size and was very clean. Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs , bacon, waffles, yogurt, bagels, various brands of cereal and oatmeal and muffins. Certainly better than most hotels. I would definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel. The hotel and rooms were clean and up to date. The bathroom was clean without water stain or caulk that is 3ft thick that you so often see in other hotels. We traveled with a service dog. Check in was quick and easy. We will stay here again.

Very nice Best Western hotel. We found it very clean, and it had a nice large open breakfast space. The breakfast was fairly typical - scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffle machine. However, it had a wonderful coffee machine allowing you to choose coffee, espresso, latte, etc. which we really enjoyed. Our room was on the fourth floor and very quiet. We'll stay here again if passing through.

The hotel facilities and decor truly make a great place to be when you are away from home! Staff was very helpful and willing to give us amazing sightseeing suggestions, down to the time that free parking starts in Haymarket! Great comfortable room!

Great location within a few minutes drive to downtown Pinnacle arena. Worth the stay and a savings of a few hundred dollars! As a TA and owner of a bed & breakfast and brewery, I have high expectations for all lodging facilities. Front desk was friendly & helpful. Clean, however the bathroom could always have more attention. Vacuuming up hair is easy if you actually vacuum in there! Mini fridge and micro were helpful. AC worked fantastic!

Exit 403 I80 with easy on/off. This is a well kept, clean and friendly place. Parking was ample, room was predictable but clean and quiet. Pool was sparkling and hot tub was hot and bubbly! Only downside was mediocre breakfast otherwise, would come back !

We've been loyal Hilton customers over the years, but lately we've found that the Best Western + chain is really ramping up its game. They are presenting nice properties and are hiring some good people. That was certainly the case here in Lincoln. We stayed two nights, and overall it was a very nice experience. It's off the beaten path, so it's quiet. Our room was spacious. The shower had good water pressure. The icing on the cake was the GM, Diane. I was having trouble with the internet access, and she solved my problem with a smile on her face. The other employees were interacted with were pleasan as well. The only negative was that the matress was a bit broken down and needs to be replaced. Room 417, Diane :) We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is nice and predictable. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was average. The hotel was extremely cold, so we looked for a place to sit outside and visit. Not even a bench. Young guests seemed to utilize and enjoy the indoor pool, but I pitied them in the cold lobby and hallways in their wet bathing suits.

Fantastic!! I was traveling alone and am very hesitant as a gal on her own. Plus, I've stayed in some real pits. This was exactly what I was looking for. Safe and VERY CLEAN! The staff was friendly, the room was one of the cleanest I've ever seen, the breakfast was satisfactory and checking in/out was a breeze! Don't hesitate, just book it. ;)

After a long day of travel, my husband was greeted and check in was very easy. I was surprised how clean the room was. The fact that they only charge 25.00 for a pet is a big plus. Also there is a coffee latte, expresso machine at breakfast.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and always a good experience. The front desk staff are wonderful We have had to make last minute changes to reservations and extended stays and they are always super friendly and very efficient! Very clean, very quiet rooms, nice breakfast-A few problems with the new coffee maker and one of the waffle makers broke. But Still good. I am allergic to dogs but we have never had any problems with that even though there are lots of dogs that stay there.

Based upon reviews in Trip Advisor, we stayed in a Best Western Plus for the first time and really enjoyed our stay. Room was very roomy and clean, and the A/C worked great considering the high 90's temperature in the Lincoln area. Right off of I-80, this was a very convenient stop for our trip. Definitely a nice hotel and would highly recommend to any traveler.

Truly a wonderful experience. The entire hotel was very clean and quiet. Room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. Shower was great. Staff was helpful and professional. Breakfast was very good. We travelled with our dog and loved that the room had no prior pet traces! We will stop here whenever we travel though Lincoln.

We stayed for one night while visiting UNL with our sons. We booked this at the last minute based on positive reviews and our stay was a good one. Our room was very clean which is the most important detail for us. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The free breakfast was very convenient.

The desk clerk set us up in a wonderful room that was super clean and large enough to be comfortable. The breakfast was fine. We just kicked off our shoes and relaxed so to speak. It was wonderful after driving all day long.

We stayed here twice on our road trip, once on the way up and again on the way back. It's very clean, comfortable beds, has a nice pool, and great breakfast. Great location too, right off I80 with Cracker Barrel, Wendy's, etc right by it. My family loved it! I'd stay here again, and I'm picky with hotels!

We stayed at the Best Western Inn- Lincoln and I do not have any complaints. Customer service was great, price was great, and the accommodations were great. One of the better breakfasts I had at a hotel. We had a group of about 25 people and had a block of rooms, we used the conference room. They could not have been more accommodating to us. They made the process very simple and flexible. The staff were so friendly. Very impressed. Glad I went back because a few years ago under different management I had a terrible experience! So glad we went back! It is great that it is right off the interstate and you can find anything in a short drive but you would probably not walk to get to anywhere close. Just depends on why you are staying there.

Add me as a fan of this hotel. It's clean, quiet, spacious, has very pleasant staff, and is conveniently located right off I80. The breakfast area was huge and had a nice assortment of food. The room was large and clean with a very comfy bed. All of this for a very reasonable rate. Will definitely stay here when in Lincoln. Well done Best Western!

We came into town for the Turkey Chase Race that was held at the Lancaster Event Center. We arrived on Thanksgiving and the person at the front desk that checked us in was amazing. She was super kind, efficient and just overall a very caring, easy person to work with. She was working on a holiday and there were others there that were not pleasant to her at all. The hotel is in a good area, it smelled great when we walked in, our rooms were clean, the amenities were perfect. Our housekeeper was also amazing! So kind and she did such a great job!

Though a little hard to find very close to interstate. New property well apppinted. Rooms are nice sized and updated. Nice sized bathroom. Hot water comfortable beds. Decent parking. Well lit. Helpful efficient staff. Main area big and comfortable

Breakfast was great, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, pool and hot tub were nice. The pool was a little on the chilly side but still enjoyable. The kids were happy to have a waffle maker! Staff was great!

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel in Lincoln, Nebraska. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were perfect. I especially liked the additional areas to place items....like the bathroom counter with plenty of room for my grooming items.

We have decided Best Western is our go to hotel. It is always clean, the staff is always more than helpful. We prefer the king rooms, we enjoy having a little more room than in a double queen. The breakfast was very good. The area was clean and inviting. We feel we get our moneys worth when we stay at Best Western.

We have stayed here with our dog several times over the years as we drive to Colorado from Illinois. The hotel is right off the highway and always is clean with a friendly staff member welcoming us at the end of a long day.

We noticed the air conditioner never turned on once set. Looked at the unit, though it was plugged in, there was no power in it. Front desk said repairman not in and unable to move to new room since they were overbooked.

This Best Western Plus is a very nice hotel. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We stayed with our two Golden Retrievers and there's a good spot in the back of the building for the dogs to relieve themselves. We all slept well and enjoyed an excellent breakfast. The 24 hour coffee was really good!

Please be warned that your personal items are not safe at this hotel. A shopping bag with $300 in gifts that I had just purchased was taken from my room. Management does not care. After more than a dozen stays at this property, this was the first time I noticed that this property seemed to have really declined. As we walked to our room upon arrival, my daughter and I noticed smell of marijuana filled the halls. The "crowd" hanging out in the parking lot (yes, hanging out) seemed rough too. We'd had so many good stays in the past, I ignored my intuition and we stayed. Lesson learned the hard way, we won't be back.

I have stayed in other hotels, There is not one that could compare with the Best Western Plus in Lincoln Ne. The prices are reasonable, the caring and friendliness of the staff was amazing, not to mention the rooms are very comfortable and clean. They offer a well rounded breakfast and have many selections. I was very satisfied and will always choose Best Western Plus.

A good stay at well maintained hotel. The staff very friendly & responsive too. Will definitely stay here again. We travel between Illinois & Colrado so this is a great stop. Next time we stay we will definitely go downtown to Haymarket district for food/shopping !

We stayed at this Best Western on Labor Day. It is a very nice hotel, clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff. On Tuesday morning, Sept 6th, when we went to breakfast, nothing was ready. The young lady who was the desk person was trying her best to ready a breakfast (singlehand) for all the hotel guests. Seems as though a significant number of employees had called in sick and she was left all alone to do pretty much everything. Hotel guest kept their cool and pitched in to help to do what they could. All in all, it worked out fine. We may not have gotten a full breakfast, but we weren't hungry when we walk away. KUDOS TO THE YOUNG LADY WHIO DID HER LEVEL BEST TO KEEP THE SIP AFLOAT. HOTEL MANAGEMENT, SHE DESERVES VERY SPECIAL RECOGNITION FOR HER EFFORTS.

I will never stay at a Best Western again. Hair on sofa bed is one thing, but mold under air conditioner and carpet is NOT! I showed pictures to woman at front desk and was given incorrect email for manager called back got correct email, sent pictures and have had no response, I don't know if mold was dangerous or not.

I thought the other reviews were embellished but the quality of the room fixtures, pool and gym, breakfast and other commons areas, and level of cleanliness resembles the Hyatt in DC. Yet it is comfortable and welcoming, with a diverse staff and pet friendly. We opted to walk to Cracker Barrel for dinner and loved the gift shop and food. Got a full charge for our Tesla. If you like to travel with a Roku, this tv does not have buttons and the remote doesn't have an input button. Ask the front staff and they probably can help. One confusing charge: This was a free night reward but they charged us a “Room Charge Revenue“ line $34.26 plus tax. I have no idea why. We absolutely will go out of our way to stay here the next time we travel across country!

My wife and I stayed here as we were in Lincoln dropping our daughter off at college. It's about 5 miles (10-15mins) away from campus. The hotel is right off the highway by some car dealership. It is well kept and the parking lot was well lit. I had no worries about my suburban full of my daughters belongings. The room and bathroom was spacious. Loved the bathroom has a big heavy door so you couldn't hear what anyone was doing in there. It was a really nice stay. We had a couple little things that didn't bother us at all but may others so I'll mention it. We had a bottle wine left in one of our garbage bins from the previous occupant. On day two when we came back the room was cleaned and 1 of the queen beds where made up but not the other. Odd but no big deal. I think if you're looking to save a buck and stay somewhere other than the Haymarket area, this hotel is perfect.

We booked a hotel room for a night, to get out of town and have a night away from our kids. This hotel was clean, quiet, and a great value for your money. The staff was friendly and helpful.I thought because it is located close to the interstate that it would be noisy, but it wasn't. Also, the hotel has quiet hours after 10pm, we didn't notice any noises, and the place seemed full. We thought the bed was comfortable, maybe an 8 out of 10. No complaints for a one night stay. We highly recommend staying here. We'll definitely book here again.

Room was clean, it was relatively convenient to get to from the highway and had a very good breakfast buffet. We weren't able to use the pool because we arrived too late, but it looked like a nice facility. Ice machine on first floor near front desk. Felt safe. Would stay again if I was rolling through.

We booked the room for 3 generation stay, grandma, uncle and 3 children, ages 7, 11 and 13. We booked a suite room. Two of the children did not want to share a bed so we asked if they had roll away beds and were told that they do not have them. They did give us extra sheets, pillow and blankets so that we could make a bed out of the couch cushions. The room had 4 towels, but we made that work. The kids enjoyed the nice sized pool. There aren't a lot of restaurants or shopping in the immediate vicinity, but there are places to eat a short drive away. Breakfast was typical cereal, breads, juice, eggs, sausage. There is only one waffle maker for the whole hotel to share. Another would have been greatly appreciated as the line to use the one was long. The room was clean and quiet.

Great Best Western Hotel, wonderful staff, clean rooms and a pleasant stay all around. While traveling across the country with my kids we stayed exclusively at Best Western Hotels. This was one of the better locations we stayed at.

Everything here was wonderful--nicely decorated and spacious room, A/C that does the job, clean everywhere, everything working properly and a wonderful and cheerful staff. If we're ever back in Lincoln, we will stay here again. Thank you!

Very nice facilities. Everything looks good and works good. The staff was cheerful and helpful. All the nice comments I read in other reviews turned out to be true. I selected this motel because it offers electric vehicle charging. The chargers were well marked for EVs only and worked quite well (thank you!). This is a great place and we will return the next time through knowing there are a couple of real negatives. First, they are a little too pet friendly. I like dogs, but they shouldn't be on a long leash in the breakfast area blocking aisles and sniffing at people's food. Second, this Best Western, like many others, uses those horrible instant coffee machines. Please, that's not coffee. Those two things dropped my ranking from 5 to 4, but I will be back!

Based on other positive reviews, I booked at this Best Western in Lincoln and I wasn't disappointed. The room was like new, bed and linens very comfortable, bathroom was huge and clean. The breakfast was your usual continental breakfast and they were not out of anything. They were dog-friendly, and there was a terrific, large, fenced dog-park 10 minutes away from the hotel that I visited, which was another bonus. The only piece that was just short of perfect was the bed had lots of small square pillows instead of the more traditional longer rectangular pillow. I slept very well, but I prefer the rectangular pillows if given the choice. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Hotel is fairly new. Check in was quick. Room was in good shape and everything worked. Rooms are very quiet and you could not hear other rooms. Breakfast was good with a large area for seating. Mix of hot and cold items were available. Pool and hot tub were open and clean. Breakfast staff kept warm food well stocked. Only negative is that the wifi is very bad. Wifi signal was good, but not enough bandwidth for all guests. Therefore, speed was very slow. Cell service is probably a better option here.

Seven-year-old Ellie's opinion: We only stayed here for one night, so we didn't get to really notice what's good and bad about this inn. It was just fine, there's nothing not to like about it. From Mama: We tend to remember bad hotel rooms, especially dirty bathrooms. You're safe on both those counts!

Great stay! Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Don't stay if you don't like dogs. Half of my elevator rides included a dog. I loved it! The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We will be back.

We stay at this location at least a couple of times a year and have always enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent and quiet. The hotel is clean and the rooms a spacious. There are also plenty of places to dine in the area.

They charge a Extra Charge as a Deposit (or some such charge) in case you run out without paying, 2 charges on your bank card and you are told to contact your bank to get the deposit removed, but the Hotel should be the one to remove the extra bank charges Not Us!!!!!

I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone who is in need of a place to stay, Breakfast was good, plenty of options for everyone. The lady at the check in counter was amazing, although we were unable to get a ground floor, she was able to put us near the elevator to make things a little easier. Clean, quiet.

This was our first visit to this Best Western, which is a nice, newer, spacious hotel. When we booked it, we did not realize that it was pet friendly (so we probably wouldn't have stayed here). We were told upon check-in that breakfast was at 6:30 (most places are at 6:00), so we delayed our departure for a bit later than usual. Turns-out breakfast is at 7:00 on weekends (no sign stating this). We ended-up leaving so we could get on the road, but just be aware of the times.

The last time I stayed @ a Best Western was probably around 60 years ago. I was under the impression that they follow Holiday Inn into the motel grave when they didn't change with the times. We plan to spend the night and Lincoln and Trip Advisors site gave it high marks. Very nice facility all around and lover the wide carpeted stairwells at the end of the hall. Well maintain as well. It would have been nice not to have polyester bath towels and maybe some topping for the eggs to dress them up. But for the amount we paid, I can live without them. Should our travels ever pass though Lincoln, we will spend another night there.

This had to be the Cleanliness Hotel I've stayed in my entire life. Not only so so clean, quite, friendly staff. This room was so clean, I had to leave housekeeping a tip. Amazing, I've never seen a bathroom Sparkle like I did here. It was that good! You won't be sorry to book a room here, everything was over the top.

Best Western seem to know what they're doing, which of course by now they should. Very professional, well managed, pretty well designed, aesthetically inoffensive to the lowest common denominator, lol. Not a bad thing, though; they've got all the bases covered, cleanliness, body wash, noise controlled (unlike the previous Comfort Inn I stayed at) etc. not fancy or fine, but nice withal.

We were in Lincoln Nebraska for a college graduation nearby. When we went to our rooms, one of the 3 rooms we reserved had not been cleaned and was very dirty. The day time clerk was quick to take care of us. On Sunday morning while enjoying the complimentary breakfast, a girls softball team from Grand Island, NE decided to all sit on the large table in the center of the dining area to brush and braid each others hair. While doing so, long strands of hair became airborn landing on surrounding tables. We were wiping this hair from our tables while we ate. A mention to the hotel staff resulted in nothing and the behaviour continued. On the last night, the angry night shift clerk Lita decided to flex her authority and enforce the rules by the letter of the law instead of the spirit of the law. We gathered as a family to enjoy pizza in the dining area. We were right on the edge of the dining area carpet. My son's full breed, highly trained German Shepard Show dog layed with his front paws on the carpet and the rest of his body was on the lobby tile floor. The angry night shift clerk advised us about the no dogs in the dining area. she advised us twice more, each time she became more angry and her tone more beligerant. On the third time she told us to remove the dog or we would be forced to leave. When I approached to reason with her, she immediately stopped with the tough, angry approach and started crying. Not wanting to upset her further, not knowing what she would do next, we finished our pizza up in one of the 3 rooms we were staying in. Before we left, other customers arrived and approached the counter for service, and seeing the crying clerk, asked what was wrong. The clerk pointed at us, which resulted in the uninformed customers to approach us and yell at us and make angry and insulting comments. We had planned to take pizza up to our rooms, but did it sooner than planned so as to de-escelate the now growing situation brought on by the crying clerk. It was very obvious this clerk was wrongly assigned and should not be in public facing position. Since this hotel in Lincoln opened, we have stayed with pets with zero incident. We have done the last night pizza gathering during every visit. We have decided we will likely find a different hotel because of this incident.

Upon entering the Best Western Plus, we were welcomed by the fresh scent of potpourri. We were immediately welcomed. The check-in process was efficient and they had noted my "special request". The hotel looked very new and updated. The room was clean, very comfortable, and larger than expected. There was a very nice selection of breakfast food and the eating area was bright and spacious. Very good value! We will stay here again!

Booked for a one night stat whilst visiting daughter. Upon entering room, we noticed the bathroom still had the towels from the previous guest, reception apologised and sent head housekeeper to sort, the bed had been made up but on closer inspection it was evident the bedsheets were also from previous guest as make up on pillow and body hairs on the bedding. There was no toilet roll nor had the tea & coffee been replenished. The bath we thought was dirty but appears to be ground in grime and the shower gel pump was broken. The reception staff were very apologetic and offered us a drink voucher,( don't feel this compensated us) At breakfast of which we arrived towards the end of service was also a disappointment, staff were busy clearing to notice us waiting. No plates, no toast , toast was bought but was hardly toasted it hadn't even changed colour. I can't help but wonder if the towels hadn't been in the bath we wouldn't have even noticed the sheets had not been changed between guests. I can't fault the reception staff, they were friendly and polite and helpful. But we won't be a returning guest not only to that hotel but to BEST WESTERN

I stay here every time I'm in Lincoln which is often. Never had a bad experience. It's a great hotel. The staff are friendly and remember me which is nice. The beds are super comfy. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

We stayed one night during the week and found the hotel to be nice. Our room was clean, pool and spa were nice, and breakfast had a good variety. Only complaint is that the staff wasn't overly friendly.

It took us literally two minutes to check in and less then 30 seconds to check out! The pool, fitness room and breakfast were all used during our stay. We were pleased with every part of our stay. Quick and easy stay!

This the only hotel I will ever use! They offer the best breakfast you can get (for a hotel w/o a restaurant). Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly and rooms are always fresh and clean. You will never go wrong with choosing a Best Western Plus hotel!

THis hotel is easy to get to and close to many conviences. We were attending a conference at Pinnacle Bank Arena and access to that venue was quick and easy. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained.

This hotel had very friendly employees. They showed great customer service. When we travel we love to stay where there is a hot tub, free breakfast, soft bed, quiet and relax room. This is what we found at this Best Western Plus.

We got to our room and found no internet again for my lap top. I called down to the front desk and they basically threw up hands and said not sure what to tell you. I had the same problem in Grants, NE, Ogelsby, IL, Apalachicola, Fl and Effingham, IL. I have NO idea why I continue to stay in Best Western's! On the bright side I forgot my back pack in the room. The staff called me and arranged for a shipment of it.

Everything was great, from the day I checked in, to the day I left. Breakfast and the gym were a major plus. Clean rooms and a great overall location. Can't wait to come stay in this hotel again. Great job!!

My husband and I stayed here to break up our drive from Chicago to Denver. We were traveling with our dog and needed a pet friendly location and this hotel had great reviews! The staff was wonderful at check in, the room was spacious, the hotel was clean and quiet, and the breakfast was great! There are restaurants near by for take out and the location is perfect with 80 being right there! I highly recommend staying here. We will use this location again when driving!

The suites are so big and spacious for families! Price is GREAT and rooms are clean! Staff is friendly and helpful! Nice location with places to eat nearly! Great value for your money! Always thankful for the extra room with a family of 5. Highly recommend!

Overall, this was an above average Best Western that we've stayed at. The rooms were nice and clean. The hotel is pet friendly and the pet fee is reasonable. I was very confused as to why our room didn't have blackout/privacy curtains. There was only the sheer curtain that allowed the parking lot lights in all night. This made it difficult to sleep. They have fake curtains on each side of the window that don't move.

This hotel was the perfect location for us, in town to visit family, flying into Omaha then driving to Lincoln. It was very clean, and all staff were very helpful and friendly. It was quiet and the rooms were big. Breakfast was a combination of hot and cold, with eggs, waffles, etc.

Clean modern facility; friendly staff. Electric car charging station, comfortable room, most of all, Quiet. I had only one minor complaint. The shower head was partially plugged with hard water deposits which made it less than comfortable.

This hotel is right off I-80 which is why we chose it and we have stayed at other ones across the country. Bed was ok; room was big. there was no shower curtain so we called the front desk (who did apologize) and gave us a new one to hang up. In the morning, my husband went down to get coffee and there was none! Turns out, they needed to "unthaw" the coffee! It was frozen??? What hotel does not have coffee in the morning? How does one "unthaw" coffee - you cannot make this stuff up!

The beds were warm and comfortable. The only complaint we have was the breakfast, it was rather sad. They only had eggs and sausage, they only had chocolate milk for the cereal, no other milk available and they had a waffle maker but not waffle mix to make.

Our room and check in was perfect, smooth no issues. Great, we dropped off our stuff and left. Come back and find roaches crawling all over the bathroom, they were not afraid of us, they were just chilling on the walls in the bathroom and all our stuff was in the bathroom areas. I looked through a lot of reviews and didn't see anyone with the same problem. Not sure if it was a recent infestation since there was a lot that we seen.

Excellent hotel choice for travelers. Even though it's next to the interstate it's very quiet. The room decor is very nice, large room and amenities are good. Glad they take dogs! Breakfast ares is large and food selection is good. We will stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. Please don't lecture pet owners upon welcoming them in. Threatening to throw us out if the dog barks??? Not nice. We will stay again… but please talk to front desk staff. I have never been greeted like that because I had a dog.

The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained outside and inside. Our room was large with several electrical outlets at the writing desk for computer, phones and hearing aids. Our room could use better lighting. We have been offered water, soft drinks and/or snacks at check-in before but this is the first time to be offered water or soft drinks at checkout. There was a hand sanitizer station and a full range of hot and cold items available for a dine-in breakfast.

NIce hotel, near attractions we wanted to visit as well as restaurants. 2 night stay. Buffet breakfast. Negatives: outlet on bedside lamp didn't work and we asked it to be fixed or switched out for another one after the first night but it never happened, think the maintenance guy wasn't there that day. Lots of unloaded boxes stacked up In the lobby. Towels scratchy. All minor stuff, would stay there again.

We have stayed here several times. Staff have always been pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet is typical but always well appointed and maintained with a large eating area. Rooms have a “minimalist” decor but furnishings are complete and comfortable. My only issues have been outdoor lighting can occasionally be difficult to block and we Beds have been comfortable but we would prefer large pillows vs. the smaller style.

Convenient location, quiet room, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Front desk was very friendly. Nice to see a smiling face after a long day of travel. We had a top floor room at the backside of the hotel, as requested. Room was close to elevator but we did not hear any noise during the night. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

My boyfriend and I stayed at best western plus in Lincoln Nebraska about 7 days apart. To and from our vacation destination. Our first visit we loved the hotel! Clean room and fresh linens. Unfortunately, on our second stay the sheets had hairs underneath the blanket and pillows that did not belong to either of us. We found several hairs all over the bathroom too. I wanted to shower so I went into the the bathroom and the only towels I found were hanging on the back of the door, which I thought was weird. I went to grab the towels and they were damp… I turned them over and they had mascara marks on them. I had to go down to the front desk and ask for ALL new sheets/pillowcases/blankets and towels. This room was obviously not cleaned. It's like they came in and just remade the bed and didn't bother putting in new towels. It was really disappointing and honestly unacceptable. We are still in a pandemic!! and I'm concerned that these rooms are obviously not all being cleaned to the basic standards. I'm not one to write bad reviews but this was just not OK. Like I said before, our first stay there we had zero problems but our second stay was a completely different experience. I will say though that every staff member I had interacted with was very kind and respectful! Two stars only because our first stay was just fine. Wish we could have gotten a discount or something for an obviously dirty room. I did tell the front desk gentleman and he didn't have a reaction either way but he was nice.

Traveling for a work seminar. I felt very safe and comfortable as a single female. Staff was caring and attentive. My room was clean and quiet. As I was studying this was important to me. The hotel was close to my destination and very accessible.

I stayed here 2 weeks ago. The coffee was an issue. This time, the hotel had invested in a 24-hour access coffee machine. FABULOUS!! Thank you. I am grateful for this as I am drinking both decaf and regular around the clock. This hotel is well-appointed and better than others costing far more. I am extremely pleased. The hotel is extremely quiet despite its convenient proximity to I-80.

Employees at the front desk were wearing their masks on their chin or under their nose in clear violation of BW's own policy. And they didn't seem to care when this was reported. Also, requiring masks on one side of the rope at breakfast and then letting people eat in the other side is completely ridiculous and dangerous with a deadly airborne virus. Grab and go is the way to go. Also, they were supposed to have contactless check-in but instead used dirty room cards.

This hotel was pet friendly, easy to get to, clean and well run. Our room was pleasant and quite. The neighborhood location was peaceful yet close enough to restaurants, etc. We will definitely stay here the next time we come through the area.

Just wanted to take a minute to say what a pleasant stay we had here. Clean and spacious room. Great location. Courteous staff at every encounter. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Nelson at the front desk was amazing. This was a spur of the moment stop. We lucked into a perfect situation.

We've stayed at this motel multiple times when traveling between Colorado and Illinois and have always been satisfied with the room and service. The cost is reasonable and the location is easy to get to and easy to get to places in Lincoln.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The room was large and clean with a mini fridge freezer. Check in staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Breakfast was great too, had a great selection of hot and cold foods. Will definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

This was our first hotel stay since Covid and we were looking for a very clean place to stay - this was perfect! Very clean, well-kept, welcoming. We had our dog with us and she had a nice place to walk. Location close to the highway was great, and there were plenty of dinner options nearby. Would definitely stay at this place again, and would recommend to anyone traveling through Lincoln.

This hotel is clean, quiet, dog friendly, close to the interstate and restaurants! They read our online request for a room away from the vending area and elevator and we had a quiet night's sleep. The employees were friendly and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We were extremely happy with our stay at Best Western Plus Lincoln Inn & Suites! We stayed 4 nights and used the pool, free breakfast and weight room. The weight room was clean with up to date equiptment and well stocked with cleaners and towels. It was in a quiet location and we could walk to a couple food places for meals.

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable hotel with great amenities! Check in was quick and easy with a pre-reservation. Registrations was a little flaky on our check in August 5th ( did not scan keys correctly, could not print a menu from the computer, but the rest of the stage was fine. Breakfast was hot eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and other cold items. Great Jacuzzi and pool area, small workout room. They do allow dogs but we did not have any.

We were passing through Lincoln and decided to stay based on reviews. Our room was clean and did not have any bad odors. The staff were helpful. Their breakfast was very good and well stocked! We would recommend staying here!

Arrived early morning (2am) due to delayed business trip but was amazed at the professional, courteous and helpful gentleman who quickly checked us in. Such a nice experience after a long day. Hotel was very nice, clean and nice setup and rooms were the same. Highly recommend! Best Western has been good to me lately and came through again!

The facility was clean and quiet and staff is friendly. The rate seemed in line with large metropolitan area. Breakfast could use some improvements, but at least it was not a grab and go like some facilities on this trip.

This was a very good hotel and they had a hot, fresh breakfast-pleasantly surprised to find gluten free items in the breakfast too! Traveled with my mom who has some mobility challenges, and the Accessible Room was perfect for her.

Tara was super helpful and flexible as I was in town w a family member in hospital. She let me have my same room when I found out I had to stay an unexpected extra night. Made the chaos better. The pool is nice, the hot tub was great, and will stay here again.

I booked this hotel due to the fact that there was an available room. I had not stayed in a Best Western in years, The staff was so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied. I got to know everyone pretty well having stayed for 10 days. I was in town for the College World Series. With that, I was not sure how long I would be staying. They were beyond accommodating! I recommend this hotel to anyone that will listen. It was clean, the breakfast was great, the staff went above and beyond every day to make sure my family and I were happy! My kids loved the indoor pool and the jacuzzi was great as well!

I've stayed overnight in Lincoln several times and at a few different hotels. This one was a fantastic stop! Just an overnight stay on my way somewhere else. Good shower, comfortable bed, and the best breakfast in this age of covid I have had. It is conveniently right off the interstate, yet still quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

We checked in with Nelson and he was very bitter with our request for an upper floor request and snapped before my husband could ask for a floor other than 1st floor. We brought ice from Dairy Queen for our grandkids and he shut the lights off right after we sat down and shouted "lobby is closed, you need to go to your room" I feel this treatment was uncalled for and unwelcoming. We have been staying for a week every summer for 5 years now and we will not return next year due to this employees rudeness. Before this year we never had this type of treatment. People who act like this should not be in the hospitality field of work.

Arrive in the afternoon & front desk person was a little short with us. Except for that hiccup, everything else was very pleasant & very enjoyable. Nice indoor pool & hot tub. Breakfast was very good. The helpers were very accommodating. Checkout was very easy with Sally helping us split the room bills. Coffee 24hrs! Always a plus. Close to International Quilt Museum @ University of NE. Also close to restaurants/fast food & shopping.

We stayed two nights at this hotel. The service was great and the hotel was very clean. The full breakfast was very tasty with eggs, sausage and bacon. Lots of pastries, juice's and bagels. The quality was just as good as the Holiday Inn next door and at a lesser cost. Very quite room. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location was close to the business where I had a meeting.

OMG!! NEVER BEEN TREATED SO HORRIBLY BY ONE PERSON AT A HOTEL IN MY LIFE..I think his name was Neison...Very rude!! Threatened to Hose us down like Flys with his sprayer If we didn't get our masks on IMMEDIATELY! THEN; he was LEERING AT US LIKE WE WERE NAKED or something..Practickly drooling! We were there to enjoy the city and felt immediately that we should be afraid to leave our hotel room by ourselves! The other Gal ..I think Shelly..was awsome! She assured us that this was a top notch hotel...but that CREEPY NEESON did not make us feel that way at all! BEWARE NEESON!!

I experienced 3 different front desk staff during my stay. Two were great - what you expect at a hotel and what makes you feel positive about your experience. One was the worst I have ever experienced (I have stayed at hundreds of hotels as flight crew). Other reviews address this person as well. I have been told by another staff member that his name is Nelson. When I walked in one staff member was helping someone, one person a few feet from the front desk, watching. I waited in line, not sure if the second person standing there was front desk staff. Within a minute or two, the second staff member stepped up to computer and addressed me as "name?" And gave me other short phrase directives. I walked out, frustrated how someone can speak to customers like that, and parked in the back to avoid walking by the front desk. I was not all that surprised, because I had spoken to this evening staff member the night before via phone. He doesn't answer the phone Best Western so you may have to clarify who you have called. And I gave him 2 emails for a confirmation email and none were sent (I checked my spam). There's more I could write, maybe about the dried-up hornet's nest my dog found under the air conditioner (same staff member did not apologize nor offer to move me to another room), but it's not fun to relive my experience. My one-night stay was $156. I can't spend that much too be treated poorly.

Very nice property. Clean, spacious room, king bed with easy chair and ottoman, large vanity area in bathroom, surprisingly quiet. The only issue we encountered was the height of the showerhead...if you need to adjust the showerhead in any way, unless you are at least six feet tall, it is impossible! Otherwise a great stay with a decent breakfast.

Room was nice, stayed in a King Suite. The room looked fairly new so I asked the manager when I checked out and he said the hotel was 5 years old. Plenty of grass to walk the dogs. Breakfast buffet was back to normal and loved the variety of options including bacon. Lincoln masked policy changed the night we stayed so masks were worn the first night but not for breakfast. I admit it was hard to keep up with the constantly changing mask policies across the states we were travelling so I wasn't offended when I was asked to put on a mask when we arrived. I definitely would stay here again when traveling across Nebraska.

My wife and I were rudely greeted with a "Put your mask on or get out" We had masks in our bags, ready to put on but were not even given a chance. Nielsen could have been nicer about asking us to put our masks on. We asked about breakfast and thE pool. He told us that breakfast was not being served and the pool was closed both due to covid. This was untrue as we saw people in the pool and as we were leaving, breakfast was being served and the dining room was full! We have never had this treatment at any hotel and will be contacting corporate on how we were treated. Please get rid of your rude evening check in guy!.

Last year we stayed at this hotel traveling back from Arizona to Wisconsin. I talked about this hotel quite a few times in the last year the hotel was that nice. This year we planned our drive back so that we could stay at this hotel again. This year it was a huge disappointment. Last year it seemed almost brand new, this year parts of it seemed used and abused and not very well maintained. Yes, I am picky. Driving up to the hotel the two front desk employees were standing outside the front doors smoking. Not a very friendly greeting once we were inside. Later in the evening when asking about where to go to eat they were helpful but the lady at the front desk had her mask over her chin and not covering her mouth or nose. She had an unlit cigarette in her hand I assume on the way out to the front to smoke again. The room seemed beat up and not as nice as last year. If maintenance would go in the bathroom and close the door they would see how scratched up the bathroom door was. Alongside the bathroom vanity there was dried cheese....I'm assuming someone missed the garbage can. Overall we were disappointed. I will not stay here again although I do like Best Western properties. Management is obviously not playing an active role in paying attention to the details.

Front Desk Manager, Sally Schoen provided outstanding customer service to me and our company when we had to request a cancellation of non-refundable rooms booked online. This is a very nice facility located near a number of good restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was what you expect at a BW with a wide variety of good choices, hot and cold, in a nice setting for seating. Staff was friendly and helpful. Just a nice stay overall.

This place was awesome! One of the most affordable in the country. The staff is excellent. And the hotel is very very very nice! Tall ceilings, and large rooms. Really what else can you say about a place that is this nice and the most affordable ever.

While driving across the US, I called this motel from the road and was lucky to get to talk to Sally at the front desk. She took care of all my needs, including pet needs and first floor request. The room was lovely as was everything else I encountered while there. She is a real gem !!!

Quick and easy check-n. The room was comfortable and clean. Respectful of COVID restrictions. A little bit of ambient traffic noise, but I am a light sleeper, and it probably would not be noticed bu others.

Nelson the front desk clerk was so helpful when we checked in Dash we've been traveling for days and we're weary and tired Dash he told us where to park as we had a big rig that was close by and easy to pull in and out of. He upgraded our suite for free as he had the room and we are rewards members – we didn't even have to ask! He offered us each a bottle water and the extra space in the room was wonderful as we had three people and were sharing two queen beds initially and the extra sofa in the suite with a fold out bed meant that we could all rest wonderfully without bumping into each other! He gave us great restaurant recommendations and made sure our stay was the best yet!

My husband and I stayed here on our way back from Minnesota, on our way home to CO. We had actually just had our wedding 2 days prior and we're in a great mood. When we stepped in the front door of this hotel, that changed. We brought our 2 corgis that we called about weeks prior, we paid extra ($50) for a one night stay with them, and we were treated like leopard because of it. We had the “audacity” to take our dogs to the bathroom when we got out of car (after 9 hours of driving). When we went inside after, a rude employee shoved a piece of paper in my husbands hand-while they were full carrying our luggage- that said we took the dogs out in the wrong place. There was no signage outdoors that signaled it was an inappropriate location. The man's intention was for us to feel embarrassed about the dogs, while it just upset us. I went down 10 minutes later to tell that same staff member that his behavior was unappreciated and very rude. I was not offered any apology, but told that the paper I signed when I checked in (AFTER the dogs had already gone potty) listed that there was a designated area for them. But how was I supposed to know that before I stepped in the door? In addition- the “area” they mentioned was at the back of the building, had poop everywhere, and the trash can was full of human trash, not dog waste. For paying extra for our pups to travel with us, we got a far less than acceptable welcome and utilities. In addition trash in the elevators made it hard to bring our dogs up and downstairs because we didn't want them eating it and getting sick. Overall horrible stay, if I was you I'd highly reconsider staying here.

I've stayed at this hotel consistently when traveling to Lincoln, however, I will look elsewhere after my latest experience. We had a pillowcase stained with what appeared to be blood. This is unacceptable during "normal times" and beyond the pale during a pandemic. You're better than this Best Western Plus. Or at least I thought you were.

Can I use that double superlative? This was an excellent location and the best best western I have stayed at. Super clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast and comfortable rooms. What more could I have ask!

I really liked my stay at your hotel. It was very convenient for my stay. I did not get the name of the man that helped us at check in. He was very helpful. He even made it a point to great us each time we returned to the hotel. I felt the room was very comfortable and roomy. I will be returning to Lincoln again and I will stay at the Best Western.

Due to a medical problem, we had to cancel our reservation at 3pm on the day we were to check in. They gave us ZERO problems, cancelled the reservation, and didn't even charge us! So friendly and helpful!!

Our rooms were freshly updated and it honestly looked like and felt like a brand new hotel, no obsolete details left undone. Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious with all the latest high-tech features. Halls were tastefully re-carpeted/re-decorated as well as the dining area. The lady I talked with (by phone) at the front desk a day earlier had been verrrry pleasant and helpful even though I was canceling one of the three rooms I originally reserved. WOW, our new ‘Best Place To Stay' in north Lincoln.

Check in and check out was horrific. These people need to take a customer service class and be a little more friendlier and speak clearly. I understand people are on edge with the pandemic, but it my visiting your hotel is what keeps you in a job.

Quiet hotel that is up to date and very clean. I was very impressed that was well maintained. The breakfast was good (pretty typical hotel breakfast). The hotel is located right on the highway and straight down the road is the University of Nebraska. Nearby are restaurants so everything is nearby. I would highly recommend the hotel. It is very well taken care of.

We were so impressed with everything the hotel offered to keep staff and visitors safe. Our kids had a great time in the pool burning off energy. The breakfast was so organized and safe. Highly recommend!!!

I booked the room via Expedia. It was decently priced via that specific service, but seems to be reasonably priced on most travel apps. The room was clean, the bed sheets were crisp, and the fridge and microwave are a nice touch. The thermostat on the wall is adjustable and the air conditioner is quiet. Very comfortable. And they have hot breakfast! The management made sure they were approved by local health officials. The distancing was there, everything is individually wrapped or packaged, including the sawmill gravy and eggs in individual containers. Masks are required. If you are in Lincoln for the night or even the week, stay here. you will not regret it!

This was my wife's and my second stay at this property in transit between WI and CO and was just as good as the first. The hotel commons, pool and hot tub area, and (our) room were very clean. Although only a half mile and visible from very busy I 80 we had a very quiet night's sleep. There are tons of dining options from nearby fast food to a quick six mile jaunt downtown to all the glory and fun of The Haymarket area. We've found a new halfway stopover!

Stayed here mid October for 1 night while traveling from Chicago to Denver. All staff that we saw wore masks. The room and hotel lobby were SPOTLESS. I brought my own sanitizer to wipe down the room but it probably wasn't necessary. The rooms here are very nice. Bed was comfortable and the bath towels are probably the nicest I've seen in this hotel category. The breakfast area also felt safe. They even had a one way set up, to keep social distancing. You have to take your breakfast back to your room or to go and they had a good selection. We also stayed here in June and had the same experience. This hotel is a great choice, especially during the pandemic.

Highly recommend this hotel. It made me feel like I was at home. Rates are very reasonable. And my dog loved his stay, as well. Great location to the interstate. Restaurants nearby. I would stay here again if passing through LIncoln!

Checked in late - no parking - but front desk clerk very nice said can park up front (was worried though if would get a ticket) Staff - all were very nice Rooms were fine - nothing great, but ok Front area - ok - again, nothing great, but ok Breakfast - not great, maybe due to COVID?, AND my daughter (blonde hair) found a long black hair in, literally bake into, her bagel! We shared with the front desk and food prep - they took a picture and were notifying their supplier Sysco - large company - but needs to work on their Quality Control - that was really gross! The staff was very nice and apologized, but would have been nice to offer some sort of discount.

Great hotel offering a great value. Hotel was clean and nicely appointed. Even during COVID they proved that you can easily serve a very decent and delicious buffet breakfast still socially distanced. We have stayed at a lot of other hotels recently where no breakfast is given and I think the hotels are just using it as an excuse to save money and no longer serve breakfast.

This hotel ended up being a great first night for our vacation out west. It has easy access to Interstate 80 and restaurants near by. The hotel was very quiet and clean. The check in and out procedure was simple and the price was right. This is on the west side of town so even though Lincoln isn't a huge place it was nice to make it through the city before spending the night. I would stay here again. On a side note, if you are going to a Cornhusker game, it seemed like a quick trip to the FB field.

We booked 3 rooms and was very excited to stay and what we thought looked like a nice place to stay from the photos and looks of the outside. Upon arrival the first room smelled very heavy of cigarette smoke ( supposed to be all non smoking rooms ) even clarified this upon booking them .reported to the front desk and they said were sorry we sprayed it with air freshener . Asked for another room and they said oh we're sold out . I then said well maybe you can give this room to a smoker as the smell might not bother them and my little girl has asthma. Well even though all guest have not arrived we pre - assign everyone a room before they arrive so once again that's not possible! And she said well if your not happy you guys can go elsewhere. I told her I would go elsewhere if I could unfortunately the whole coast was SOlD out ! Not to mention the couch was absolutely filthy . We declined the room and only made due with 2 rooms . Second room had a dirty couch ,food splatter in the microwave as well as a cooked plate of bacon .top of fridge dusty , tv cabinet dusty inside ,black mold in restroom on ceiling,sticky floors . 3rd room had used contact wrappers on bed once sheets were pulled back,dust on fridge and around tv cabinets ,dirt on floors around base of cabinets and between stove and fridge as well . Lights by wall bed kept going off and on , some wall plugs did not work ,Top of stove had food splatter and minor food splatter on microwave door inside .oven was also not cleaned out .And sticky floors . And yes normally a small amount of dust would not be a huge concern but with covid I believe tops of fridge , stove , microwave, remotes , tv cabinets. Etc should all be disinfected with a good germ killer . And that's obviously not happening. Or you would not see dirt and dust ,etc . How do you claim to care about your customers when you are not even cleaning things properly? Covid ? Pool is closed but rooms are not cleaned right ! It's also very dated and definitely overpriced! Mid 80's era :( save your money and stay at a place worth the mid 300$range ! I'd give this hotel a big fat zero if I could !

Spacious, clean comfortable rooms. Very pet friendly staff and grounds. We've stayed here before on cross country trips and never been disappointed. Great Covid friendly Hot breakfast buffet options to take back to our rooms. Almond milk for lactose intolerant!

I only stay for 1 night, but this hotel is the best. This was my first hotel experience in the COVID era, and the gentleman to checked me he was awesome. I was worried about breakfast. They have individual sealed bowls for eggs/sausage, sealed bags for bread/bagels/muffins, and even sealed bags for fruit. This attention to detail made me less stressed and able to enjoy Lincoln.

My family stayed here for one night on July 26, 2020. About a week before, I purposely called the hotel to ask about the COVID-19 precautions that were being taken with this particular location. I was told that the hotel left rooms unoccupied for a minimum of one day after use, and they do not book beyond 2/3 capacity. Upon arrival and after checking in, I asked what the booking was for that night. I was told they were ENTIRELY FULL. I told the early evening manager what I was told over the phone a week before, and he was quite rude and insistent no on would ever tell me this. We ended up staying overnight, and I spoke with the general manager the following morning at check out. I told him about my conversation with his staff member the night before, and to his credit he apologized for the misinformation. Our stay otherwise was fine, but be aware that this location will book fully. Anything you may hear about capacity limitation or leaving rooms closed is false.

The property is convenient. The Staff is attentive. Nelson on night desk was AWESOME. We had one little issue and he addressed it immediately to our complete satisfaction. Also Pet friendly which was a wonderful aspect. They have a fair, upfront and appropriate policy to keep property enjoyable for all.

Horrible from the start. I didn't even end up staying there. I had been on the road for 13 hours. I just wanted to pull over, eat, grab a beer and go to bed as I had another full day ahead of me. I walked in and was immediately asked about wearing a mask. I went back to my car and got mine. I had it over my mouth as I'm claustrophobic and cannot put it over my nose. The man said to me that I am to wear my mask properly if I am speaking with him. I told him that I was aware of the Governor and his non mandate of a mask and he informed me that his Governor "was an idiot and should be recalled". Here's the thing. I put on a mask, I stood 6' from him. But for him to tell me that I should stay somewhere else if I don't like the Mayors mask mandate and shoving his politics down my throat as a paying customer was way out of line. I will be filing a formal complaint later today and sending a letter of complaint against this hotel and it's employee to the Governor of Omaha. This incident happened on Wednesday, August 12 @530p. I was so upset, I asked him to cancel my reservation as I didn't feel safe or comfortable staying there. I drove two more hours north where I finally was able to pull over and get some rest. I will NEVER recommend or stay at this Best Western ever again.

The desk clerk was very rude to us and were construction workers with CLC reservation. The clerk informed us that CLC needed to make the reservations right and go angry with us. Also he was very rude about wearing a mask and was very stern non polite asking. This incident occurred at 10:00pm on Thursday August 13th, 2020. I took it upon myself to tell the desk clerk I was going to leave a review and implement him in the lack of courtesy and respect.

This was a decent hotel in a quiet part of town (chosen by us for its location away from the airport and train depot). It did mean driving 15-20 minutes to the tourist areas of town, but worth it for the quiet sleep. Parking was plentiful. The staff were friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. They use the small pillows that seem to be the norm these days, but which we find annoying; we'd rather have 2 large pillows over 4 small ones. The bathroom had a large counter with plenty of room for all of our toiletries, etc. Overall, a nice overnight stay for the price.

Easy check in and check out. Staff was friendly, the lobby was clean, staff wore masks. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable. We stayed 1 night on our way to Colorado. The only complaint is the A/C was very loud.

I tend to take negative reviews with a grain of salt as I recognize that we all have different preferences when traveling -- so when I saw the previous rude staff posts I didn't think too much of them. Sadly, they are completely accurate. We called to ask a question before we arrived and the front desk agent cut us off mid sentance and repeated "no, no, no" over and over, not allowing us to speak or let alone ask our question. We ended up cancelling our reservation and stayed elsewhere due to such an awful experience. Not sure how someone so rude can be in such a guest-centric position.

We stayed at this hotel on our road trip to Yellowstone. It was a newer hotel and was fine for one night. The hotel was very clean, but the staff was extremely rude. We checked in on July 5, 2020 and the clerk on duty was not nice at all. He didn't give any information about breakfast, pool hours, etc and when I did ask, he looked annoyed. He was rude to my husband too. We stayed during COVID, so breakfast was self serve and you had to take it to your room. They had lots of options though which was nice. We have stayed at many Best Western hotels and were disappointed with the service we received at this one. We won't stay here again.

We stayed as a stopover point on a cross country road trip with our dog and selected this hotel for its pet friendly policy. The hotel exceeded our expectations! The hotel seems relatively new. Rooms very clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were accommodating and helpful. They are taking Covid situation seriously (masks, signage, hand sanitizer available in all public spaces) while still offering many basic amenities including grab and go breakfast. We would definitely stay here again - with or without our pet!

Twenty minutes in the lobby to check in. Lots of locals staying there, very slow check in. Very limited parking. if you are pulling a trailer or driving a moving truck, better get there early. We were rudely told we could not park along the perimeter and should park out in the street. Um, no, thanks!!...we wedged in next to another vehicle with a trailer in the back. Hallway was hot, no AC? King bed very firm, pillows were not great. Lots of "pool guests" trekking through the lobby, dripping water all over the floor in front of elevator the night we checked in....was still there the next morning when the attendant mopped the floor. Shower was good, bathroom was exceptionally clean. Not sure if it was sanitized, but looked clean. Room was clean and mostly quiet. We did not eat breakfast, don't know if they were serving anything or not.

All staff besides housekeeping were incredibly rude. The check in clerk told me the pool was for a private party, and only when I told him that the pool was the only reason we selected this location did he tell me that we could use it, but that we would *not* be the priority. This morning, the front desk attendant was very irritated when I asked her for a grab and go bag to the point that I told her that I would do it myself. When I pointed out that there was only one tray available, no one offered a solution. The Breakfast attendant with the red headband chastised my husband for allowing our 1yr old to touch the cabinet and for not wearing shoes (this has never been a probably anywhere else, and the breakfast attendant was the rudest lady we encountered) due to the fact that there was only one tray we had to cram everything on. Because of this, my husband ended up spilling coffee on his arm and has a fairly severe burn (can provide pictures) I was unable to help him because my arms were also full of food so the coffee had to sit on his arm for an extended period of time while he figured out how to put down the tray without dropping the whole thing and burning our children. When my husband went down to put our first load of luggage in the car, the front desk attendant told him (because he had heard the conversation? Who knows why she told him) that she didn't understand why people were never happy and just wanted discounts. They had simply asked if there was a discount for their AARP membership. Every verbal interaction we had with staff had their tones dripping with attitude as well as the unprofessional responses. We will never stay at another Best Western Hotel.

We stopped here on our road trip vacation out West. This was our first stop. The receptionist (male, bald, think his name was Nester?) was not anywhere in sight when we wanted to check in. We waited around 5 minutes. Being excited about the nice looking hotel, I took a photo of the beautifully designed dining and lounge area which was totally empty of people. That is when I heard the receptionist appear and rudely tell me not to take a photo and that it was against company policy. I said “Sorry I'm on vacation and this is one of our stops.” He replied, “This is private property. Do not take photographs.” We were in a state of shock at the tone he was using as a receptionist. He rudely asked, “What is your name?” I was still trying to process why I was being spoken to so aggressively and didn't respond immediately. He once again asked for my name but this time he asked so authoritatively, rushed, and angrily that I felt like I was speaking to an angry cop. I decided to walk out to avoid an escalation which is where this situation was heading. We felt uncomfortable going back in as he quickly disappeared again out of sight. We decided to go to a different hotel. I called Booking.com and they called him to try to get a refund but Booking.com said he absolutely refused. I've filed a formal complaint with Best Western and am awaiting my refund. Other guests outside told us they heard him talk to us and agreed he was out of line. They said they had an unpleasant experience with him as well. The other guests will also share this experience as witnesses. You do not talk to people like this anywhere, especially as a hotel receptionist. I've never been spoken to like this from any stranger! I've heard more decency and politeness from fast food workers! For those interested, the photo I took that sent the receptionist over the edge is attached.

This is a brand new hotel and it was gorgeous! Super clean and beautiful. I am very picky and like things to be nice. The beds were very comfortable, rooms were spacious and decorated very nicely. Great color scheme. We have travel often and try and always stay at a BEST WESTERN PLUS.

The Best Western in Lincoln was fabulous. Checking in was so smooth and the associates were all so friendly. My room was extremely clean and I slept so well! I would recommend staying here for anyone traveling to or through Lincoln.

I recently stayed at this Best Western Plus and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately, my daughter left a bag with a large amount of special toys she packed along for her trip. In a panic, my wife called and confirmed with housekeeping the missing items. The motel staff went above and beyond in securing the items and promptly shipping them to our home much to the delight of our heartbroken little girl who thought she lost them forever.

I have been staying at the Best Western Plus in Lincoln anualy for the last 5 years. I actually made a very positive review a few years back about our experience. I get the conference room for 2 days and between 15-20 hotel rooms. I have always had great customer service there until this year. It was terrible! To make a long story short, when I walked in I said who I was and I was greeted by a guy who said sarcastically "Nice to finally hear from you!" I was shocked! Originally I had reservations which I made back in October, I called a couple times about a week and a half prior to the event but was never able to catch the person I needed to talk to (Sally), I then asked for an email to hopefully correspond more easily, her email was given to me and I emailed her confirming the meeting room and the hotel sleeping rooms and later the list of names of the people who would be staying. The day before the event I called becuase one mother had to cancel becuase she got the flu. I was told that I did not have any reservations for rooms aside from the conference rooms. I was livid! Then he said he only had 10 rooms and I needed 17. I was in panic mode- I work for a small non profit. He then asked me to wait and came back to the phone and stated that he could accomodate us (I know he did not build the extra 7 rooms). At this point I felt like he thought he was doing me a favor. I sent him the emails I originally sent to Sally. He said everything would be communicated to the people the next day. I was worried but what can I do? I could not move my event. I came the next day to be greeted by Dave with his rude comment. I responded to him rudely and in shock and he never apologized just made excused for the issue, several. The conference room was set up wrong, this informaiton was in the email I sent twice. They did change it so it ended us not being a big deal. I was so mad I wanted to cry and I had to hold a 2 day conference. I was never appologized to by him. Thank goodness the girl at the desk at check out, I believe her name was Becky was very sweet. To top this off Dave is the general manager! I am sad to break our tradition of staying at this hotel but I never want to be treated this way again. . . never!

The hotel was clean and away from traffic, yet easy to find and also to find restaurants The morning breakfast was good too and the food servers were quick to refill food choices My only complaint was a very hard bed

Absolutely loved my stay. Came into town for a friends bday party. Was able to check in, get cleaned up and head out. When I came back, the hotel was quiet and I was able to get a peaceful nights sleep. I don't eat breakfast, so I didn't partake. Check out was fast and seamless. I always stay here when I am in town.

The front desk clerk refused to put our two groups on the same floor. We booked through Priceline, which probably made Mr. N. less than helpful. Mr. N. was not wearing a name-tag, which is REQUIRED by Best Western. And N. wanted us to park behind the hotel and not out front. (I immediately thought about Rosa Parks. "Move to the back of the bus." That's what made me furious.) There was a big argument, and I took out my camera and tried to take a photo of N. He blew up and called the police — to have us ejected from 'his' hotel. The police arrived and looked at the video of the altercation in the back office with N. The police officer asked N. to stay in the back office. While talking to us the police officer was grinning the whole time, making sure his back was towards the camera. He found it amusing. In the end, our two parties were given adjacent rooms on the 4th floor, and we parked in front of the hotel, NOT IN THE BACK. When we checked out the following morning N. was nowhere to be found -— the best place for him. And by the way, photography is not a crime. The police officer told us that.

The hotel is great. It is always very clean comfortable and quiet. I travel for business so I don't use a lot of the other amenities. I mostly just show up sleep do some paperwork and move on the next day

very quiet and pleasant hotel. staff is helpful and friendly. I did not take advantage of the free breakfast but I did hear other quests discussing how good it was. free internet was great. would recommend this hotel to solo travelers, business travelers and families.

Everything was great as expected. This was our second time staying at the Best Western in Lincoln and can't wait to stay again in February. Everyone is very nice. The location is nice, Service was great. I don't have any least favorites about the hotel. I really like it.

Stayed for our anniversary and had a enjoyable evening. I would stay again in the future and the breakfast was awesome. Great value and service. I look forward to usung this hotel in the future. I have no complaints

Our most recent stay was unexpected as we encountered snowy road closures as we traveled from CO to IL. It was so nice to not worry about where we would sleep - we had had very good experiences with this particular Best Western Plus on previous trips. We were very glad they had rooms available - especially pet friendly. This hotel is CLEAN, the staff are all very friendly, the breakfast offers hot cooked eggs plus other things, and it is PET FRIENDLY. The room rates are fair as is the pet fee. It is nice to not have to pay exorbitant pet fees. I would definitely recc this hotel if you need to stop in Lincoln NE. Their close proximity to 80 is super, too. Thank you to Dave, the manager and all his helpful staff!

This was our seventh night in a row in a new hotel on a 3,000 mile road trip and this was the best by far. Check in was a breeze, our room was very clean, spacious, and fresh in appearance. We would definitely stay at this place the next time we are in Lincoln.

This was our third time staying at this hotel while traveling cross country. The rooms are clean, the beds comfy, there's good coffee & breakfast, friendly staff & it's dog friendly. Would definitely recommend!

We stopped at this hotel on our way through to Wisconsin. The entire experience at the hotel was exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a clean, quiet place to stay. We also travel with dogs, this hotel has an excellent pet policy as well as a very nice area for the dogs to exercise.

I had an overall good experience with this property and staff and also this hotel is in a good location for nearby restaurants , the staff were very nice and polite, the hotel lobby was clean and up to date.

The Lincoln Best Western is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The building appears to be brand new. It is spacious and well decorated. The room was HUGE and spotless. It was also in a good location just off the highway with easy access to downtown. Everyone who works there was the level of friendly and polite you expect from Nebraska. If I ever make it back to Lincoln, I will most definitely stay here again.

Nice, newer hotel. The stay was nice, the room was clean but did notice mold where the bathtub met the tile in the bathroom. Nice breakfast, friendly breakfast attendant. We did have an issue with barking dogs in the neighboring room in the early morning. I let the front desk know and apparently the call to the room only aggravated the dogs even more and made them bark louder. I would suggest the hotel consider having a dog floor and put all of the people with dogs together since it seems like there are lots of dogs staying at this hotel. We will probably stay at a different hotel while in Lincoln next.

Motel was very clean, room was spotless, it took a few minutes to get the heat set but other than that it was good. Not much to do at the exit, just a few restaurants close and nothing within walking distance

Nelson at the front desk provided us with the absolute best customer service we have ever had at a hotel! He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed before our half marathon. My husband and I have never had such good service at a hotel. The rooms were clean (and I am very picky about this) and the hotel was safe. Would recommend this place without hesitation to anyone!

I booked this hotel for my daughters 13th birthday. I usually stay Marriot and Hilton and decided to do something different this year. She loves to swim and hotel parties are typical for the chilly weather in Nebraska. I called in advance to make sure that we were able to do cake in the breakfast area and was told they didn't have a problem with that. When we arrived we were told by fron desk to take our dog in another entrance and that usualy it's only service dogs allowed. For $25 extra we should be able to take him in any entrance. We were waiting for the 6 friends to arrive in the lobby and the girls were laughing and playing. We were told by front desk to be quiet. After kids arrived we went to the pool area where the kids were playing and having fun. Soon the individuals in the pool area were mad that we came in there and left. When finished swimming we meet in the lobby wherethe people from the pool were sitting out there and said oh no the loud girls. We set up away from them and began to feed kids and do cake. The people stared at us and mad evil faces while we tried to celebrate. After we sang happy birthday I began to clean up and the front desk man went to girls again and said to be quiet. We then finish clean up and went to rrom that was extremely warm. Adjusted tempature and it took forever to turn air on and didnt much cool the room. We dealt with the warmth through the night. The bed was so uncomfortable that I continously tossed and turned throught the night. Awake with extreme back pain. Thinking eating would be great and they don't really accomodate Vegan diets but promote Animal eaters. No fresh fruit for me because they are only allowed to put one container of fresh fruit per day. Told me to eat prepackaged fruit. :( Spoke with the front about major concerns like bed and breakfast and she said oh sorry and that's it. I'm good sticking to the places I know will provide good customer service and accomodate there guests!!

I stay here every time I am in Lincoln. It is exceptional value for the price. Everything is top notch and the staff is friendly and helpful. Check in and out is easy. Room is always clean and beds are comfortable. Great hotel!

First time at this Best Western and was totally pleased with location and area and hotel and services. Price good too!! Would highly recommend and stay again if in the area. Bed was great and generous sized room.

Clean motel in a good location. Easy to get to from the interstate. Friendly staff. Breakfast had good options. Comfortable beds in a larger than normal room. Our kids said that the pool was on the cold side but they still swam.

This Best Western Plus will be our go to place, when we stay in Lincoln. It is conveniently located in north Lincoln, just a short distance from interstate 80. It is clean, the staff is accommodating and friendly, and they provide a great free breakfast.

Large well appointed room, comfy bed was so nice after a full day's drive. Breakfast went above the usual hot fare with quite a nice selection in refrigerator like almond milk, specialty yogurt, etc. and an enhanced water in juice machine. You won't be disappointed.

Great service, location and amenities.We enjoyed the fitness room and pool/whirlpool. Large open front desk, lobby and breakfast area. Their breakfast was fresh with a variety of choices of foods to choose from. Very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

I was very impressed with this Best Western Plus - it will be my new "go to" hotel when I'm in Lincoln. It was very clean and the staff was very nice and pleasant. The breakfast was amazing - so many things to choose from. This one is a winner!

Very nice hotel in North Lincoln! Easy access to Interstate 80 and can get to downtown in 10 minutes! Rooms are nicely decorated and clean. We were there on a Husker football game weekend, but there was good availability of rooms. Strongly recommend this hotel!

This is one of my favorite places to stay in Lincoln. Still like new, nice and clean. Great breakfast, eggs and waffles are main choices. Location is simple to get to and from downtown, shopping and the college.

I rented a room to surprise my granddaughter for her 10th birthday. She & two friends were going to the JoJo concert & having a slumber party. The staff was fantastic. Since they didn't have a rollaway bed or cot that I requested, they upgraded me to a suite at no extra charge. They were very interested in my granddaughter's birthday & let me check in early to decorate. The hotel was immaculate. The pool was wonderful. Made a memorable birthday for my granddaughter. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed for one night on a cross country trip and were delighted with our stay. The common areas and our room were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and the Interstate.

We stayed here on our way out and back on a trip with family to Colorado. Very clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The included breakfast was much better than the usual. Would definitely stay here again. It's nice after a long day of traveling to have a nice, clean place to spend the night.

The Best Western Plus in Lincoln NE was a PERFECT place to stay. After a very long drive from Waterford, WI, it was so nice to walk into a clean hotel, with friendly smiling attendants ready to help! Our room was clean, very quiet (especially for a Saturday night) and checking out was quick and easy. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to rest their heads after a long day on the road.

Of the three Best Westerns we stayed in on our recent trip from WI to CO and back, this was the best deal and the nicest. Clean, comfy and quiet. Rooms generously sized. You couldn't hear people above you (like we could in Colorado Springs). Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was super attentive and friendly. Pool and hot tub looked nice although we didn't partake (the air was a little cool for us in the pool room, but we would have braved it bad we had more time). Would definitely stay here again if we are ever traveling through the area.

We have stayed here 2 times for a week each time...last year and again this year...we come to Lincoln from Montana to visit our 90 year old mother and many other family members. This is the perfect get-a-way after long days spent with family...so quiet, clean and great air conditioning! Also, breakfast is better than average...always a hot egg and meat choice and of course...the great waffles! You will not be disappointed and we will surely be back next year!!!

Great stay at this lovely hotel in Lincoln! Four year old business but it seemed sparkling new. Price was fair. Guest reception ladies, checking in and out were so polite and accomidating. Room was clean and provided all our needs, with comfy beds. Jacuzzi spa in the pool area was a great relief to our road weary muscles. Workout room, neat and organized. WiFi worked perfectly. Breakfast offered a light fare and a hot and hearty one, too. The young lady working in the breakfast area was very sweet and polite. We've been traveling a bit and have stayed in BWs all along the way and this particular BW was the Best...Western!

My stay at Best Western Plus far exceeded my expectations. The room was quiet and clean. The staff was really great. The parking is really easy and the restaurant across the street, the Cracker Barrel, had the best food that I have ever had in my travels.

Would highly recommend. Every thing was excellent here from the service to the rooms and the breakfast . The location of this hotel was excellent also, we where within a couple of miles to every place we needed to go.

The BW-plus Lincoln Inn & Suites appears to be very new or very well kept. Typical comfortable room set-up, very clean. Breakfast was above average with bacon and eggs. Really friendly and helpful staff. Easy access off I-80 and only 10 minutes from downtown Lincoln and the University of Nebraska. Will definitely stay here again as we drive across the country several times a year.

I was not expecting a 9.1 stay, but the room was so clean and nice, even each kid was surprised. We had a clean room, good A/C, bathroom was perfect really and the warm breakfast was just what we needed while traveling.

Great BWP! Unfortunately, our AC quit working overnight. It was too late to report it, and we didn't want to move to another room that late. We endured a night of no AC or ventilation (window didn't open) when it was hot & humid. Disappointed but I hope it was just a random issue, because the rest of the hotel is really nice.

We just finished a Rocky Mountain motorcycle trip and we stayed at 3 different Best Western hotels. they were not my first choice, but the price was right, so we took a chance. The hotels in Durango and Lincoln Nebraska were wonderful. Great decor and beautiful lobbies. The breakfast was great, too. Best Westerns have come a long way since the old days. I'm not sure if they were so much better because they were Best Western Plus, but we will definitely stay at this chain again.

I am so very thankful that my hubby booked my daughter and I to this Best Western property - it was really a haven during a very stressful week. The staff were caring and very efficient, and they were very kind. Everything was kept clean and tidy and our room was very comfortable.

My wife and I decided to stay here on our way to Las Vegas and this was a great stopover. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. We got a great room at a fair price. The room itself was clean and spacious. The hotel is easily accessible from I-80 at Exit 403. And there are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again

This hotel is situated in an area with several car dealerships so the area seemed quiet in the evening. You can turn in at 2 different intersections since the hotel is located on a "u" drive. I would suggest when leaving the hotel to turn out of the parking to the right and go to the intersection by Dairy Queen. Otherwise the other exit to the street does not allow for a left hand turn. We actually walked to DQ from the hotel. There was a small section that did not have a paved sidewalk (it is actually a vacant lot), but the sidewalk started up again. It wasn't an issue for us but it could be more of a challenge for a handicapped person when choosing to walk the area. The area wasn't busy so we walked in the street for a short time with no issue. It was good to stretch our legs after riding in the car most of the day. The carpet in the hallway is thick and plush so your luggage may not roll well, but it kept the hallway quiet! This is not a complaint in any form just an interesting point that we noticed. Our room was very clean! If we are ever in the Lincoln, NE area this would be the first hotel I look at to stay again.

My husband and I were headed out west and stopped off in Lincoln for the night. This hotel was reasonably priced and very clean and new. I would recommend staying here. They even provided us with breakfast to go as we were leaving early in the morning. What nice service.

This was our last night on vacation before returning home. What a wonderful experience after spending the last 4 nights in Denver at a nonrefundable "hotel" with transients roaming the parking lot and facilities that had seen better days! BW Plus was such a breath of fresh air with spotless rooms, delicious food and peace and quiet! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Be sure to stay for the breakfast. Amazing variety, hot food and great coffee. We left well rested and well fed with big smiles on our faces! I booked at the last minute and the price was cheaper than expected! Will definitely stay here again whenever we have the need. Well done! Thanks so much.

Our stay in Lincoln at the Best Western was very nice, but we were disappointed that, unlike most BWs, this one has windows that do not open. They also had very small luggage carts, similar to those in airports but smaller. We had to use 2 to bring our luggage into the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable but nothing special. The front desk clerk kindly put us in a room facing out the back of the building looking at grass and trees and not in the front looking car dealerships. Breakfast was ok, the usual fare. The coffee was acceptable. Shower worked well but bath products were not very nice. The HVAC did not make much noise and we slept well. All in all, quite adequate as long as you get a good rate.

Upon checking in, the front desk staff were very friendly and speedy. Our room was very clean, the bathroom was also very clean. The breakfast area was clean with several good food options which was very helpful with three picky kids! The pool was freezing and the hot tub was lukewarm but the kids still had fun!

We stopped on our drive from Michigan to Colorado (about 11 hours on the road). We called in to request a king or get the price for a single queen. They had a king bed available, so we booked it. When we arrived (only 5 hours later), we were told that their king room was "out of order" but he would "upgrade us" to a double queen at no additional charge. We never recieved a phone call that the room wasn't available. We weren't given the option to cancel without charge. A king bed to a double queen is definitely not an "upgrade" for a couple. The price also wasn't worth the room, in our opinion. It is a basic hotel. Half the continental breakfast was wiped out by 8:30 am. The juices were already cleared out and dispensing water. Definitely bummed about our experience to say the least. Hope it goes better for everyone else but we aren't able to recommend.

We stayed May 31-June 2 for a local wedding. This was recommended by the bride and groom and they had a block available. Easy to get to, spacious, clean rooms, nice pool, and delicious, plentiful breakfast included. Plenty of parking and staff was very kind and accommodating with any needs. Definitely would stay here again!

This hotel was not only extremely clean but it was quiet, friendly and had a lovely breakfast. We usually stay at another hotel chain but in the future will seek out Best Western PLUS in hopes that it is as wonderful as this hotel.

This is the first time we have stayed in this hotel. It seems to be fairly new and the people were very friendly. We met a young man who's name was Drake I believe in the elevator and he is a credit to his parents. The breakfast had a lot to offer and a very nice area in which to eat. The room was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was just the right temperature. Hot enough but not too hot. Convenient to restaurants, within walking distance.

What a great find this property was. It has everything you could possibly want. The hotel is very clean and new!. The staff was very accommodating. It has a full modern work out facility and a beautiful pool with a hot tub. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had at a hotel- real bacon, scrambled eggs,pastries, oatmeal, etc. They also accommodate those with food allergies- gluten free items, almond milk, soy milk. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Quick check-in and out, great breakfast options and very clean room with refrigerator. It should have cost a bit less, but I didn't want to keep searching for other hotels. Great TV and lots of good channel choices, quick hot water and several pillow choices. Helpful front desk staff.

We stayed at this hotel for a family graduation to check in and check out was very speedy the staff was exceptional and if you needed anything they made sure they would assist you in anyway possible. The continental breakfast each morning was very good and had a wide variety of different choices of food and drink. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

When calling to check availability of rooms we were quoted a price. I called back 13 minutes later and the same young man told me his manager increased the price. I said that I had just spoke with him and he should honor the price he quoted me. He became defensive, arrogant, and mouthy. When I asked to speak to the manager he said he wasn't there. I mentioned that it should bother him because i can put a review on Trip Advisor and he said you can only put a review on Trip Advisor if you have stayed at the hotel so that would be kind of hard to do. I preceded to ask his name and he repeated several times "What I can't hear you" in a very disrespectful tone and proceeded to hang up on me. My husband called back and he gave the phone to Peyton and she said she would give us the room for what we were quoted. This is what should have been done in the first place. Instead we were treated with total disrespect. It was very frustrating and I have never been treated like this by hotel staff. I have never written a review before but felt that if I were the owner of this business I would want to know. I would want a professional mature person interacting with the customer.

This is our preferred hotel to stay at on our drive west. The room is clean, pool nice, exercise room well appointed, and a breakfast with lots of variety. The room is quiet and the staff pleasant. This was the first time using the exercise room and it had a treadmill, elliptical, bike , free weights, and a cable machine.

This place was great! The rooms were huge, clean and comfortable. Did I mention the size of the rooms? The bathroom was very nice. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Breakfast had something for everybody. The hotel was full of families in town for baseball, volleyball tournaments. The pool was crowded and noisy, but understandable with the large number of kids in the pool. Some of the boys used the weight room and it was very nice. The employees were all very nice. They have working ice and vending machines on each floor. Will stay again.

A top notch hotel in every way. This was our second stay. We have also recommended it to friends who were equally pleased. The prices are more than reasonable. I have paid a lot more for places that are not nearly as nice. My best experience was getting something corrected, and working with their General Manager, George Sherry. It was a completely hassle free experience. He understood my questions, responded immediately, and was so gracious to work with. His character is reflected in his facility and his stellar customer service.

We loved everything about it. Rooms were very nice, breakfast was wonderful and staff was very pleasant.Our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and loved that there was a hot tub also. We will stay again.

Located at 2201 Wildcat Drive, off I-80 and North 27th Street, it was a convenient and most obliging stop after a tiresome 588-mile, nine-hour drive from Beaver Creek, Colorado. We reserved a guest room with a king-size bed, 42-inch flat screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, high-speed internet service, work desk and coffee maker. The hotel also features a swimming pool, hot tub, 24-hour business center and 24-hour fitness center. And a delicious, filling and free full hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and freshly baked pastries, which we took advantage of before leaving in the morning on the last leg of our journey, 522 miles and eight hours to Chicago.

Fabulous motel. Friendly staff, clean motel, and amazing breakfast in the morning. We always enjoy our stays at Best Western Plus, and the Lincoln location is fabulous. Staff was very accommodating with our stay and can't say enough good things about the motel & staff.

We have stayed at this BWP in Lincoln several times and it has been a great place to rest and recharge on our way from CO to MN. For a family of five, it is our go to hotel for the large room availability, king bed, queen bed and sofa sleeper. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the location is easy to get to and there is no road noise from I-80.

We stayed here for 1 night on our way to Denver and 1 night back again to Minnesota. Was a very clean hotel. Great location (by many restuarants and easy on/off freeway) We got a suite with 2 queens and sofa bed. Plenty of room for 5 people. Breakfast was hot/cold and many choices. The only thing we did not like was that the pool was small. We still swam though! Fitness center was great.

It is a nice new hotel with a great location. The breakfast was decent, and the rooms are new, clean, and updated. We stay here on our yearly vacation and will continue. The staff was nice, the cleaning staff was very friendly as well.

Extremely friendly staff. Clean, modern facility. Pet friendly. Although the cost for having a pet is on the high end. $25 for first day and $15 for each additional day with a $100 max. But, unfortunately, you are also charged all the various taxes on the pet fee as well, so don't be surprised at your bill.

First time travellers, passing through Lincoln on our way to Arizona. Great service from start to finish. Molly helped us check in, gave us very good info on places to eat nearby which we really appreciated. Our room was great! Very comfortable bed, breakfast in the morning was just what we needed. She happened to be back working when we checked out and gave us an address for Best Western Plus in Albuquerque which was where we were headed. Very much appreciated how friendly and accommodating all the staff were and especially Molly!

We stop here between Michigan and Denver on trips to see family. Easy on and off. Quiet, clean, comfortable and a great breakfast with lots of healthy choices. Many great restaurants downtown, which is a 10 minute drive. And the price is right.

It was quiet, bed was fabulous, and therefore it lent itself to good sleep. The room was nice, though we had been led to believe we were getting a suitte and it was really just a room. For the area and the price it was a good value and pleasant, and I would stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and continue coming back. We reserved on the phone before our visit, and the check-in at the front desk was efficient and comfortable. We used the hot tub in the pool area that is open until 11 pm. The hot tub was small, but relaxing! The room was what is expected of a Best Western Plus establishment; very comfortable and elegant. Cost was ($115 taxes included) for a Friday night for Queen size bedroom. Free night offer is continuing until the end of April. We will return.

We had several hotel rooms here during the last week of January 2019, because our family flew in from several states to attend 2 funerals (my husband's step-mother and aunt). We had stayed here once before a couple of years ago and loved it. One of the reasons that we chose it was because of the giant breakfast/gathering area, because we knew a lot of relatives would gather there. The facilities are beautiful. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast is outstandingly good. The rooms are clean,roomy and well furnished. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel. It made a really sad time feel better. Kim at the front desk was among several employees who were exceptionally helpful and kind.

Fantastic hotel! Modern, clean, nicer sized room, large bathroom, beds are very comfortable, huge breakfast area with fireplace. Full breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, cereals, small area at registration for purchasing pop, frozen items chips, etc. Room had a dehydrator ands microwave. Close to the highway. gas stations and restaurants.

This is a newer hotel, and has a great staff. I was only there for business so I really only slept at the hotel. I had absolutely no issues and even had a very late check in. I y definitely stay again.

My family always stays here when we travel to Lincoln to see the granddaughter play for the Husker women's basketball team. The rooms we have had have always been clean, quiet (except for one stay when the heating air conditioning unit was a little loud), easy internet access and affordable (with the exception of coinciding men's football game days). The check in has been easy as well as check out. The breakfast is a plus.

The property was fine. It was clean and most of the staff were very nice. We checked in on Dec. 31. The desk person told us that breakfast was from 7:00 to 10:00. When I went down the next morning at 9:00, the attendant told me that it was from 6:30-9:30. Other guests had also been given the wrong times. By 9:15 the eggs, bacon, coffee and orange juice were out. The attendant was very firm that nothing else would be coming out. After several guests complained. More eggs and bacon were made, but the coffee and juice were not renewed. I will stay at this property again, despite the misunderstanding.

We live here in Lincoln and we were looking for something fun and relaxing to do with our family for the holiday. Our stay here was wonderful. This is hands down one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. Everything is nice and new. Kim, at the front desk, was awesome. She helped to find the perfect room our large family, she was friendly and informative, and she assisted me with check in a little early. Further, the rate was so reasonable. Normally, our family of six has to get two rooms and we can not all be together. That was not the case here. Our room was so spacious.Our best friends and their children even joined us for part of the evening—and there was plenty of space in the room for all of us. All the kids swam, we played games together in the room, and we rang in the New Year together! Seriously, one of the most wonderful and stress free New Year's this Mom of four has ever had! The kids and adults all enjoyed every minute of our stay. Great work to everyone at Best Western. You should be very proud of your hotel—you all do a fantastic job! We will be back!!!!

We needed a place to stop that was clean and affordable. The hotel was located close to the interstate, so it was easy to find. The wonderful breakfast, the next morning, started our day out even better, as we traveled home for the holidays.

This hotel was clean, modern, and was a great value, but having kids and being place directly above a conference room while there was an event with loud music was unacceptable. I believe the staff should know this about their hotel and have empathy for their guests.

New appearing hotel with spacious, clean comfortable rooms. Located just off I-80 but on the edge of town. 15-20 min drive to the airport or The University of Nebraska campus. I would certainly stay here again.

We brought our 3 kids for 3 nights and we all couldn't have been happier! The room was huge, and had plenty of room for all of us. The breakfast was awesome and was different every morning that we ate. Plus, it was so good that we never felt the need to go out for breakfast. And on top of it all, the gm sat and chatted with us one morning to see about our stay! Will defiantly recommend this place to everyone and stay there again!

My family and I were passing through on our way to Colorado. Stopped her for the night and it was great! My little kids loved the pool and it helped them expend some energy. The room was super clean and the beds were comfy. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and had so many choices. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. I stay in hotels often for business and this is one of the top hotels for the value. The exterior and interior of this hotel is very pleasing and the staf was very accomadating.

This was such a wonderful experience!! We went to Lincoln to visit my husband's 89 year old mother, but didn't want to stay there because she has a cat and smokes! So nice to be able to get away and have such a peaceful, healthy environment! This is a non-smoking, non-animal motel! (except service animals). The breakfast rotates and you always have a different meal to choose! Beds & linens are very fresh and comfortable! Heat & cool in the room is completely adjustable! Wonderful decor and soooo clean!It really is a BEST Western!!!!

My overall experience was wonderful. The hotel itself is new, my room was very nice and spacious, the bed was super comfortable and the food was good. I enjoyed my stay so much that I will be returning on my way back home! I highly recommend staying at this location!

Stayed here in September and I was quite happy with the staff, the room and the cleaning. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely stay here again. Just a few minor improvements I would recommend. The coffee is not great (in my opinion, of course), wider selection of TV channels and I believe a covered seating area for smokers would be great.

Great stay in Lincoln, Nebraska! I would not hesitate to recommend. Not too far from interstate, restaurants nearby, nice area, and a great room. The beds were comfortable for a great night of sleep. The ceilings are tall so your room feels spacious. We had walking room in our room and plenty of plugs for recharging gadgets. The bathroom was even spacious with high ceilings .... had a first floor room. Shower was good and the towels and bath mat were high quality for a hotel! Great choices at breakfast....gluten free, regular eaters, and even kid friendly choices. Bacon was even crunchy! See what I mean?. I would not hesitate to recommend BW Plus in Lincoln! Thank you for such a nice overnight!

Never quite sure how to interpret reviews. Thought we would try this hotel and the overall experience was wonderful. Staff was very engaging and friendly. Facility is top notch and very well maintained. Highly recommend!

Lots of bang for your buck at this hotel but more importantly, the service is top notch because the staff follows up on any/all requests. The hotel was quiet, comfortable and actually had a bathtub (really tired of recent hotel stays that only offer a shower). The fridge and microwave in the hotel room were very convenient. Cleaning was superb but unobtrusive - they don't bother you during sleeping hours at all and yet every time you return, voila - your room is spotless. The pool looked nice but unfortunately, I never had a chance to use it. Personally, I would prefer a few less ESPN channels and the addition of Fox Business Channel and the Turner Movie Channel. I think the sheets, pillowcases could be a bit softer but otherwise, this hotel is a great find and is located very convenient to almost everything.

skip the more expensive hotels in Lincoln and head here. Right off I-80 surrounded by car dealerships, hotels and restaurants. A 10 minute drive downtown. Free parking, clean rooms, breakfast and friendly staff. Good bang for your buck.

Last minute Stop for the night, received warm welcome at the front desk at check in. Room was clean and comfortable and after a long day of riding, it is nice to get into a clean room to wash off the days travels. In the morning it nice to get a good hot breakfast.

I have never had a nicer breakfast at a hotel. I appreciated the staff that kept the area clean and full. I liked how they didn't hover over me while I was eating. Thanks for the Nutella. The pool was clean and they has towels that were not leftover rags. The staff was very kind. I would stay here again.

Excellent staff, outstanding breakfast , enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and asked the young lady checking us in if she knew a nice restaurant to have dinner. She gave the name and directions to a very nice restaurant and we had an enjoyable time.

I did not see any amenities which would give this facility a plus rating for Best Western. The other "Best Western Plus facilities had a few extras I hate the small pillows some of the Best Western's use. On the flip side we paid only a little over $100 for one night so the value was good.

The Best Western Plus in Lincoln is our go-to hotel when in Lincoln.The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds, the bathrooms are spacious with quality towels, the breakfast selection is extensive and the service is excellent.

Stopped here on our way through Lincoln. Hotel was clean and updated. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast doesn't start until 7 which is inconvenient when you need to be on the road first thing but they had coffee and cold items out already.

I don't give out 5 star ratings very often but this hotel deserves it. This is one of the nicest Best Western hotels that I have stayed at in a long time. Lately this chain has been disappointing but not this one. It lives up to it's reviews. It was clean and modern. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The breakfast area was nice and well stocked. The grounds and parking are well maintained. The location is quiet, although there are not many restaurants close by. Overall a great stay. No complaints!

The room was very clean, view was lacking, but that is not why I stayed there. The pool was very clean and well maintained. Grand children came and played. Staff was accommodating. Parking lot was very full, but the room and hotel was great.

We drove all day and were thankful to easily find our hotel and get checked in. We arrived late enough my daughter's didn't get to partake in the pool but it looked like a few kids were having fun. We left early but got a restful, quiet sleep and were thankful for a very clean and quiet hotel.

We love staying at this hotel because it's clean and newer. Breakfast is also good and they give you gift bags for returning. They were out of gift bags but gave us a free snack and drink instead. Rooms are nice and beds are comfy!! You won't be disappointed. Breakfast was really good and the bacon was done nice!! Thanks BW. We will be back!!

This is the second time we've stayed here, and will continue to do so! Wonderful place! Great location, congenial staff, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good! It's the perfect setting point on our trip through!

We stayed here shortly after they opened, and were pleased to find everything just as good now. We were first assigned a 2nd floor handicap room, so I requested a change and then we had a 4th floor room that was nicely appointed. The shower could have had one bar along the side of the tub/shower, but otherwise was fine. It was nice to have a comfortable chair in addition to the desk chair. Breakfast was reasonably varied, and the attendant was very efficient. There are several fast food restaurants nearby, but we found Cracker Barrel to be the most convenient.

From the phone call to the desk to make a reservation, price of room, check in/out procedure, quality of breakfast and overall appearance of location( especially the room) , it was OUTSTANDING! As I stated in the title, I don't know why this isn't rated as a

We were one adult and two children traveling through to Denver and needed a night to stay. My father stays here when he drives out and recommended it to us. Our room was exceptionally clean and a bit larger than the standard rooms in other hotels in the area that we have stayed with in the past. The staff at check in was wonderful and provided us with the info we needed about hotel to enjoy our stay. We did not use, or look at, the pool. Frankly, I just didn't want to deal with the two little guys swimming so I told my boys they didn't have one ;) Breakfast had a lot to offer. I never felt unsafe in the building or in the parking lot. I will definitely stay here again during our drives out to visit family in Denver.

Nice place to stay with clean rooms. Convenient location off I-80 with restaurants and service stations nearby. Mall was very close too. It's close to downtown area as well. Had small issue with no freezer in our mini fridge but staff was very helpful in storing our ice jugs every night of our stay.

This was a quick one-night stay for business. Convenient location right off I-80 with lots of restaurants, service stations and restaurants close by. Check in was super easy and fast with professional, knowledgeable staff. Room was spotless, roomy and very cool even though it was 100+ degrees that day! Bed linens and pillows were soft and generous. Full breakfast. Best rate online was AAA, good value for the low price. Highly recommend.

It was a good place to stay. Clean rooms, breakfast was ok. Grand kids used pool. It was well maintained, very basic, no hot tub or kiddy pool. Only concern was parking was marginal for larger vehicle.

Everything you expect from a BW Plus. Clean, spacious, good Internet, good breakfast. We were tired from a long drive from Chicago, so we ordered in from Ninja, a Chinese-Japanese restaurant. I tend to be suspicious of the hyphenated restaurants. But this was very good. We ordered from the Japanese side of the menu--seaweed salad, negimayaki, and three rolls. Everything was good. And after they said 30 to 40 minutes, the order arrived in less than 15 minutes.

Really had a good time there people were great rooms clean breakfast was hot and good. We would stay there again in our next traveling vacation. There nice places to eat for supper and not far away. So thanks to all.

I booked 2 nights at this hotel. We came to town to begin moving my son into an apartment for school. Upon check in at 5 pm, we advised the staff that we would only require one night. They responded by telling us that BW would still charge us for the second night as we were past the 3 pm deadline. However, a manager would be told of the situation and contact me. We checked out the next morning. I never heard from a manager nor did I ever receive the email receipt from my stay which I was told would be emailed that same day. Unfortunately, because of this customer service, I will not stay here again when we come for the actual move in one month. I will not stay here over the next 3 years when we come to visit my son either. We will stay at the Hampton next door.

Excellent one night stay here on our family road trip! Everything was clean and wonderful. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning! My husband and I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again if we happen to be in Lincoln.

We were delayed driving due to multiple accidents. Once we go to Lincoln we were ready to stop and rest. This hotel was very comfortable, clean, and provided a tasty breakfast. The beds were perfect along with its quiet location afforded us a restful sleep.

New place (2yrs old) located near I-80 on the east side of Lincoln. Neighboring car dealers and a Holiday Inn and not much else. Lots of food and services with 5 minutes by car but not much within walking distance. The hotel has one of those “all day” elevators. By that I mean it takes all day to use them. Waiting for it to arrive one can hear the machinery in action, but it is just so slow. I've come across a few places with slow lifts like this. Maybe it's a cheaper model? Anyway, take the stairs it's faster and better for you. Breakfast is the usual fare but it's ambience, if it can be said such places have ambience, is nicer than most. Roomy with some very comfy chairs and tables. The staff was doing their jobs admirably throughout our stay. This reviewer is precious and enjoys his comfort. I usually stay at Hilton class inns and quite often sit up front during flights. This Best Western was acceptable for me and I didn't suffer to stay here.

The staff was very nice, and the location is convenient. The room was spacious, however, there was a slight smell of smoke (similar to what you experience after they remediate a room that used to be a smoking room). We also has to deal with a lot of noice on our floor.

Our family of 4 stayed on a Wednesday evening; check-in was simple and quick with our reservation; we had 2 queen bed room with microwave & refrigerator; beds were comfy and we all slept well; we checked the mattresses upon arriving with a flashlight for critters and found none; fitness is nice with 4 machines and big set of dumbbells; the pool looked nice but we didn't try it; the breakfast the next was very good for "free" hotel food; we got chobani yogurt, scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, pancakes, orange juice & cereal of our own mixture; there was also fresh fruit, coffee, sausage links, fruit cups, applesauce, and 3 other cold drink options. Good security -you must use your room key to get in back doors and other rooms available for travelers. We would definitely stay there again!

Our family stayed here for 3 nights with my son's baseball team. It was simple, new and clean. There is no outdoor pool (indoor) and there are plenty of restaurants near-by. Beds were comfortable but wi-fi was terrible.

This hotel was a great value. We had a suite which was perfectly sized and clean. The pool was indoors and heavily chlorinated. The free breakfast was plentiful and tasted good.The hotel was a value because of the AAA discount making the suite less than $100. That rates this a 5.

Driving back from Colorado, we did not have reservations and decided to stop when we got tired. This was our second Best Western Plus on our trip. From the very first interaction with check-in through the moment we left the following morning, everything was wonderful. Great hotel, super clean, truly nice employees, and the breakfast....just wow! So happy to make this one of our regular stops in the future. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Booked direct and got a good rate. 2 rooms we had were clean and spacious (2 queen suite and 2 queen accessible ). There was some noise from the hallway, but they have posted quiet hours and we slept well. They have a good breakfast. I used the laundry on the 3rd floor and clothes came out clean and dry. Bring quarters or ask at the desk for change.

Stayed here for 4 days for our autocross race which is held in Nebraska in September every year and with over 1400 drivers from all over the country and Canada. Rooms were very clean, beds super comfortable. Staff were courteous and professional and breakfast very good. Will gladly stay here again this year!

This was a newer hotel. Our room was neat, clean and a nice size. Pool area was very nice. Our room was very quiet and noise was never an issue. Included breakfast was good. Some of the desk staff were not as friendly and helpful as other hotels on our trip. We would recommend this hotel.

We stayed here on our way to Colorado. It was very clean and nice! The lobby was huge. The staff was accommodating. Also comes with a pretty good breakfast. The pool area was a little smaller than we expected but the king room was very spacious and the hotel is very easy access from I-80. Great place to stop for a night's rest.

The hotel was fantastic we were driving from Dallas tx to minot nd. We booked for 1 night. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The lobby was clean and inviting. Front desk attendant was nice. Our room was great. They had dark tiles in the bathroom and complimentary make up removers and a black hand towel for make up. The room we stayed in had a fridge and a microwave. The coffee In The room was great and breakfast was nice. If you use the waffle maker left it go a few seconds longer than the beeps, of you pull in as soon as it beeps it will still be raw in the middle.

It's unfortunate that a hotel that I would have given 4-5 stars is now scoring only 2. This was my first stay at the BW on wildcat in Lincoln. I have been travelling to Lincoln NE twice a year for the last 6 years, staying 4-5 nights each visit. We regularly stay at the Staybridge Suites but have also stayed at the new Holiday inn next door and the Town Place Marriott across the street and the Hilton in the Haymarket. First, I'll get out of the way why I'm rating it only 2*. On the last night/morning of our stay we were awoken at 4:45 AM by our smoke detector beeping VERY loudly. I tried 3 times to call the front desk, but no one was answering so I went down from room 432 to the lobby in my pjs to advise them what was happening. The front desk person was there and he grabbed a battery from the desk indicating that the alarm we heard was a low battery signal. Ironically while we waited for the elevator a sign reads something along the lines of “sleep is our priority so please be quiet between 10pm -6am”. I pointed out that they had failed on their own policy. After taking the slowest elevator in the world up to the fourth floor where my husband was still trying to sleep (we had a 12 hour drive ahead of us and certainly did not intend to be up at 4:45am!) the staff member climbed atop one of our chairs at the foot of the bed and changed the battery. At this point I was wide awake and very irritated. This was our fifth night at the hotel and after barely an apology, it will likely be our last. I'm not sure the policy the Best Western has for changing smoke detector batteries but may I suggest that if sleep really is your “business” and “priority” that for the $2 cost of a battery you change them on a regularly scheduled maintenance every 3-6 months to ensure that under no circumstances you once again cause a guest to have a horrible sleep experience? Don't wait until they actually start beeping in the middle of the night. I'm guessing that the room next door heard it too since it was very loud. The positives for the hotel are; comfortable bed, very clean room (we do check the bed/carpet/furniture with a black light and it was spotless), great shower pressure, nice sized flat screen TV (42” in the king suite), very quiet, friendly check in, good (albeit standard) breakfast, lots of parking, and excellent air conditioning. The cons (other than the smoke detector issue) would only be the slow elevator and that the mini fridge was not cold enough to keep food fresh.

My dad and I stoped here after a day full of driving, and it recharged our batteries perfectly! The staff was friendly and helpful, everything was clean, and the beds were almost alarmingly comfortable. The rates aren't bad either! The perfect place to stop for a night on a road trip or for a week!!!

We recently booked 2 rooms for 2 nights at this hotel and through the online booking service we were assured that this was pet friendly. We told the agent that we were going to be in Lincoln for a dog show. We received an emailed confirmation that said we had pets and that—again—the hotel was pet friendly. Imagine how we felt when, in the car and actually on the highway, we received a call from the hotel telling us that they just noticed we had a dog and dogs are NOT welcome in their hotel. (She's a 6lb dog, not anything that could do damage even if trying) It's not like we made a last minute reservation either. We made it a full month in advance. They said they “just noticed” it and there were no exceptions. So, don't book here if you have a pet. And don't count on having a guaranteed reservation even if prepaid like ours was. They may just call you and cancel at the last minute as reservations evidently don't mean much to them. Oh yeah, that prepaid thing? The clerk told us we would have to call the booking service “and see if we could get a refund”. We're still waiting. Stay at the Marriott or somewhere they honor a guaranteed reservation. This place looked kind of dumpy to me when we drove by to get to our nice hotel anyway. The Town Suites hotel was a LOT cheaper too and very nice.

My Grandson and Iloved the pool and Hot Tub. We all loved breakfast. Hotel was in great condition. Tv screen was a bit dark. Refrigerator didn't keep things cold. Internet worked great. Would definitely stay here again.

Good stay, minor issue with housekeeping knocking on the door at 9:30 prior to us checking out. Breakfast was so-so with the fruit frozen and inedible. Hotel is fairly new, room was clean and nicely sized and overall it was a good stay.

Just a quick overnight stay at this hotel. Rooms were nice, breakfast was nice, staff very helpful. The area was very quiet. There was enough parking. Because we arrived so late in the evening, we had no chance to use the pool or the spa.

We arrived around 10 pm for check in. Several baseball players and their parents were checking in as well. It went quickly and we never heard any noise from other rooms once we were in our room. Beds were comfortable and had a fairly large bathroom. Plenty of room for toiletries on the sink counter. Breakfast in the morning had several options and everyone left full. The room had a microwave and mini fridge. The closet was small but there. Would stay again so we can enjoy the pool area.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times since it opened and it still looks and feels brand new. The decor is great, the bed very comfortable and the most extensive breakfast you could ever imagine. If you need a place to stay near Lincoln, Nebraska, you should stay here!

We noticed when pulling up that this was a new hotel. Very clean and friendly staff! The room was clean and spacious. Big bathroom! They have free hot breakfast, too. Enjoyed our stay here! Would stay here again.

The breakfast was really nice. However, the eggs didn't seem as real as advertised but there was a nice selection of items including good bacon! The eating area was very nice. Nice setup and atmosphere and plenty of room. The hotel room was nice and had nice amenities fridge, microwave and iron. The bed was a little hard for me. The staff was friendly and helpful. I especially liked the 'ToGo' continental breakfast bag packed for those leaving before the breakfast area was open. This is a nice place to stay. However, there is 'No Place Like Home'. :)

I was very satisfied with the hotel. I stayed at another best western back in Eagle Colorado, and it was also a great stay. I really liked it because of the hot breakfast and clean new rooms. The decor was also very pleasing. I really recommend you stay here. The rooms are also very large in comparison to many other hotels I've stayed in.

Very nice Best Western, very new well kept up hotel. Has a very nice breakfast area, I was very impressed with the breakfast choices, lots to choose from. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Right off the interstate, not a whole lot of food choices in that area.

This was a great hotel for our family's overnight trip to Lincoln. It was reasonably priced, and everything was very clean, current, and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the breakfast was fine (nothing fancy…standard continental plus egg and meat options). We also appreciated the hotel's quiet hours policy. The location was farther than we'd like to have been from downtown and other activities in Lincoln, but it was not a big deal…just a little extra driving. Overall, great quality and a great value for us.

My wife and I decided to stay here during our cross country trip from Rhode Island to California and this hotel was wonderful. The property is spotless. The staff members are the nicest people we've ever dealt with at a hotel. We got a great rate and a complimentary upgrade because it was a special occasion and for the fact that I'm a Diamond Select Member with Best Western. And our room was amazing. It was big, spacious, and clean. And the shower was awesome. The water was crystal clear and we got incredible water pressure. And the hotel is easily accessible from I-80 at Exit 403 in a quiet location with plenty of restaurants nearby. We will definitely return again and again

This is a new building right off exit 403 on interstate 80 in Lincoln NE. The room is also modern with normal amenities. The pool is what I expect for this building, however I wish they monitored the area better of unescorted minors. Breakfast has a large selection as mentioned in its booking info, however I'm having breakfast at Cracker Barrel just down the block with an old friend before I head to Denver. If you want nice and convenient, you may have to pay a couple extra bucks but it will be worth it after you drive past the others mentioned in your hotel search.

The hotel was easy to get to with quick access to I 80. The breakfast/lounge area was spacious and very nice. The breakfast itself was excellent with so many choices. We would definitely stay here again.

Sometimes/ most-of-the-times it is hard to really distinguish one B/W motel from another unless they are subpar or like the B/W on Wildcat Drive in Lincoln, NE is way above(STELLER)in our experiences with Best Western motels. The motel is: clean, well staffed, clean rooms with really clean bathrooms, fine bath essence soaps, very nice and big breakfast area, and MANY breakfast options. The main policy for this motel as stated by the elevator doors is providing a quiet nights rest. And for B/W loyal customers they offer BOTH points and a goodie bag not either or like most motels.

We missed our flight and had to drive out to ID last minute and stopped in at this hotel in the middle of the night. The customer service was friendly and helpful. Rooms were so clean and welcoming. The breakfast was so good. They have the best variety of different breakfast items for a self serve breakfast that I have seen in any hotel. Very impressed. This was our first stay with Best Western and look forward to staying in one again.

We had booked the hotel using the Best Western website where the prices were at least as good as other online booking options. We especially enjoyed an excellent fitness center. Breakfast was excellent. Everything was excellent.

We really liked the size of the room. The bed was very comfortable & the linens were great. The only thing I could suggest is that they should include a bigger variety of fresh fruit at breakfast. Otherwise it was perfect. Convenient to get to and from the freeway

Very clean, nice in-room amenities (the hair dryers actually work well!) and easy to get around. It's not in the middle of everything - it's on the outskirts of town - but it was still an easy drive to all the places I needed to go, and a ten minute drive from the airport.

Newer hotel quiet nice rooms. Close to restaurants. Easy access off interstate 80. Staff was very helpful especially the breakfast attendant. Good hot breakfast buffet. We had a double queen room that was very good size. Very comfortable beds and pillows. All in all an enjoyable stay at a reasonably priced hotel.

We stay at this hotel on our frequent trips to Colorado. It is right off of hwy I80.. Driving to downtown (Haymarket) is a breeze, which is nice because area eateries are pretty uninteresting. Breakfasts are included and are predictable with decent options. Wifi is very good. Cable TV is also good. This is our fourth stay here and we will continue to use it. THE PLACE IS CLEAN AND ROOMS ARE LARGE.

Situated close to I-80 and near University of Nebraska Lincoln's East Campus, this was the perfect hotel for our stay. The lobby was nice and comfortable. We used their computers and printer. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was great!

I think they recently changed their curtains in some rooms because they are designed to not close all the way and the street lights are blinding in our room - they the girl at the desk was rude when we mentioned that it would be helpful if the curtains could close all the way and block that light out... the pillows were really uncomfortable too - which they weren't in fall when we stayed so they may need replaced... USUALLY (we have stayed here 5 or 6 times since it opened) it is AWESOME - so I think we caught them on a tough week - it is easy on and off I-80 - big breakfast area which is nice and the pool and gym is fine for those quick trips

Very clean. Great breakfast options. Walls and ceilings are thin! We got stuck in the handicap room when there had to have been regular rooms available cause the parking lot was half empty. Entire bathroom floor in there floods when showering. If you get this room be very careful cause floor gets very slippery,

Spent a Sunday evening and highly recommend the property to anyone traveling; it is a relatively new, clean, modern and well maintained hotel. A large, comfortable breakfast room with a nice variety of offerings. (The soft, fluffily scrambled eggs and sausage links were especially tasty AND good coffee!)

My second time . Advantage #1 It is new. #2 close to I 70 #3. great rooms and staff. As a senior, I need consideration. Handicapped parking and elevator. Indoor pool for the kids and they have a program for locals. Very close to gas, food and a car wash! I arrived from Colorado and whatever that crud one's car picks up in that "high" state can be washed off. Spend the xtra 5 or ten

Great hotel after a long ride! You get welcomed with a smile, and a gift bag for loyalty club members. New hotel that is decorated beautifully. Great hot tub & pool; they also have a workout room. Huge breakfast area, and breakfast it terrific with a lot of choices, eggs & sausage, French toast, waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit & fruit cups, pastries were excellent and so much more. The bar is loaded with condiments for all your food. They serve to please! Thank you Best Western! We will be back!

Great location right off the highway. The staff are friendly, and professional, the hotel smells fresh and clean,the lobby and guest room are neat and clean. I was very comfortable with my stay at the Best Western Plus- Lincoln. I will stay here on my next visit.

This hotel is brand new. The hotel looks like a 5 star hotel inside and out. The staff makes you feel like you are first class. I really appreciate this hotel. I will go out of my way again to stay here.

This is our second stay at a Best Western Plus. This is a first class property at reasonable price. The lobby, public areas and rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The beds and bedding are excellent. The bathroom is spotless and handicap accessible. The staff is well trained and helpful. Our room was remarkably quiet. Had a bit of a problem with the card reader door locks, but I can live with that glitch. Breakfast was typical-ok. I think this is a good value.

This hotel is conveniently located and relatively new. The service and amenities are more than expected. The pool is just right for kids. Even though it was filled over the weekend, the staff was pleasant, and the breakfast was outstanding. Truly a great place to stay. Beds are comfortable, and the hotel is quiet.

After seeing all the great reviews, we knew we had to stop here on our way home to Minnesota from Colorado. It was extra miles but so worth it. Beautiful newer hotel. Easy on/off of I-80. Very clean. Rooms had tall ceilings. Quiet for the most part. Did hear the person in the room above us come in at 1:45am and there was a running water noise in the wall next to my side of the bed. I'm not sure if that was the drainpipe for the rooms above or what. A little irritating. But, still a great room. The complimentary breakfast was very good too. Hot eggs, bacon, sausage, make your own waffles, bagels, bread, muffins, mini cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, applesauce, cereal...pretty much anything you'd want. Lots of tables too. The woman tending it kept it very clean and stocked. One of the best complimentary breakfasts we've had. Great experience! Great hotel!!

We were in Lincoln over the weekend and decided to stay at Best Western Plus because of previous reviews. The reviews were spot on; clean and comfortable rooms, pleasant staff, and a breakfast that was incredible! Miss Kaye in the breakfast area was pleasant and helpful. She had the area spotless even with several families with younger children eating in the area. Overhead a gentleman frustrated with unattended children in the pool area and hallways. Staff handled the situation very calmly and professionally. This hotel was a bit out of the way for what we were doing in the city but definitely worth the drive across town!

This hotel has everything you are looking for - clean, big rooms. We had two queen beds that felt new! Refrigerator and microwave makes eating leftovers in your room easy. Nice pool. The complimentary breakfast was much better than most we have had. Easy access to freeway and several restaurants.

I arrived after driving 15 hours in lousy weather, was greeted with a smile, checked in quickly, and got into a shower that immediately had hot water. I don't remember the rest of the night--I was sound asleep. All in all, a really good, inexpensive stay.

Booked one night through Best Western web site. We are platinum members, have stayed a many Best Westerns and this is at the top. Very clean, modern, new. Check in was easy and staff was very friendly. Received a 2 queen suite on third floor. Large room, couch, desk, coffee table. Great size for family with kids. Beds were very comfy. Large TV, fridge, microwave, and good size bathroom with marble counter top. Pool area and breakfast were very nice. Well stocked and very clean. We would stay here again in a minute.

All around great place. From a wonderful atmosphere, to pleasant staff, to comfortable sleeping! They have it all! Since we went on vacation the summer of 2016 and landed in a Best Western by accident, we have always requested a Best Western if there is one available.

If you're in Lincoln and need a place to stay, you'd be crazy not to consider the Best Western Plus. There are TONS of breakfast options, the staff is great, and the beds are very cozy. The hotel is only a couple years old and everything is clean and well-maintained. Close proximity to the airport and I-80 is the icing on the cake. This hotel is the standard by which I judge all other hotels.

New and, therefore, very good. Clean as a whistle. Suite with 1 King is large, having a barely separated area (very short wall) between the bed and the sofa, a sofa chair, and a worktable with desk chair. Small fridge. Bathroom with tub and curved shower curtain rod. Comfortable and, did I say, clean? As it gets older, though, it is destined to become average. Plastic and paper cups, "normal-size" bath towels, so-so breakfast with paper plates and plastic utensils, several pillows but all the same (e.g., no softer/harder options), a weird, bb"fake" electronic fireplace in breakfast/sitting around, which itself is wide open directly opposite the check in counter and the entrance way. Impersonal and inoffensive. And clean! There is another very new place right next door up the hill, a Holiday Inn. Didn't go in, but as they sit side-by-side one wonders (I do) whether they differ much and, if so, how. Not incidentally, the drive to the main streets downtown takes about 10 minutes. That's were the action is and where most of the interesting restaurants are located.

Very well maintained hotel. Will always be first option when returning to Lincoln. The convenience of being able to purchase toiletry items left behind at home (i.e., shaving cream) is the prefect touch.

Excellent staff, beautiful hotel, very nice breakfast, fast internet, and kindness from everyone while on a journey to say good-bye to a dear friend who passed away. From the check-in to the check-out, the staff was very accessible and friendly. Would stay at this hotel again.

Nice place to stay. Great value and nice clean rooms. Hot tub and pool. Very surprised for the Lincoln area. Drove from North Carolina back to Utah and this was actually the nicest Best Western we stayed at along the way. I will Stay here again if I'm in the area.

This is my half way point when visiting my daughter ( who I visit at least 4 times a year) and I feel safe staying their by myself. It feels like home to me now. If for some reason I don't get that far, or go further, I am usually disappointed staying elsewhere.

Our first night was so comfortable and pleasant that we returned for the second night. Spacious rooms. Quiet and unscented sheets and soaps. Clean as can be, including TV controls. Nice to have pool and exercise room options. Breakfast was ample and provided many alternatives for different tastes. Price was appropriate.

This hotel was a little hard to find in the dark but once we did it was well worth the hunt! Beds were comfortable. Clean, quiet, and restaurants nearby that delivered! We will stop here next time we are in the area.

Awesome location, amenities and atmosphere. Room was great all the way around. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. The public areas were clean and well maintained. The lobby was especially inviting and would have been a great place to sit back and relax with guests. The pool and hot tub room was also very nice and well thought out.

Fairly new hotel with good clean rooms. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was pretty typical fare. Breakfast area was nicely laid out with 2 tvs playing a low levels. All in all this is a great place to lay your head.

Large rooms and bathroom, very comfortable beds! This property sets the Best Western example of Doing It Right! Guest relations was ready to check us in, provided excelleny directions to local resturants and took care of our needs! Thank you!

Great hotel! Nice. New. Clean. Good location. Friendly service. Nice pool and hot tub. Large room. Great price. But the bed was hard. I compared it to sleeping on my ironing board. My friend sat up in the easy chair to sleep.

We wanted a "no pets allowed" hotel due to allergies yet there was a dog in the lobby when we arrived, there was no ice machine on our floor. Biggest problem was the breakfast was very limited and poor quality. We have had far better experiances at reguar Best Westerns without the premium price of thee "Plus" designation.

I travel for business most of the year, but picked this hotel based on past experience. The staff is very courteous and the rooms are comfortable and clean. My wife decided to join me and she was very pleased.

This is a great hotel and great value for the money. This was my second stay at this hotel, in fact, I specifically searched for it because my first stay was great. The room was clean and quiet! The internet in the room was good. The breakfast is one of the best I have had, hot eggs, bacon, gravy and biscuits, waffles, juices, etc.... Easy to get to just off I-80. Will be staying at the Best Western Plus in North Platte so I hope it is as good.

We have stayed here before and love this hotel! Diane at front desk is the best and always is trying to help. We love getting our loyal customer bag and she always makes sure the rooms are great!!! Elsie in the kitchen is the bomb too! Breakfast was awesome with bacon and perfection on the eggs! One of my favorite hotels to stay. We are never disappointed with these guys! Beds are great and room was super, the fan in the bathroom needed some attention with some wd40 oil but it was a great stay! Thanks again BW!

The Best Western Plus in Lincoln, NE was Clean, Quite and Well Kept! Excellent Stay and Look Forward to a return visit. The staff was friendly, the room excellent. Was even impressed the high quality finishes throughout the hotel. Great Carpet and Tile, Comfortable Work Chair and Desk plus very nice TV and Cable Options.

Very nice breakfast with eggs & bacon and all other usuals.. very comfortable beds and pillows. Felt very safe.. forgot to lock doors on my van and nothing was stolen out of it! Very friendly staff. Shower head needed cleaned.. spraying all directions— my only gripe!

We needed a place to stay after a football and volleyball game and this was perfect - it fit our wholef amily of 6 comfortably and did not have a 2 night minimum. Amenities were good - breakfast was very diverse and not too crowded. Staff was pleasant. Very clean.

When we checked in we were assigned a room with 2 beds via priceline. Collin at the front desk was so cordial and accommodating! We asked if we might possibly have a room with one king and he did not even hesitate! This may not seem like a big deal, but following surgery for a brain tumor last year, we have had MANY hotel stays, and have come to sincerely appreciate good service. Employees like Collin are why we continue to come back to the Best Western Plus in Lincoln!

Smooth check in and check out, clean, roomy, great environmental control in room, good tasting water, favorable television series of stations, comfortable furniture, well lit parking lot-secure feeling.
