Best Western Plus Casino Royale–Center Strip

Pros: 1) Location - it is in the middle of the strip with easy access to Harrahs, the Venetian, the Mirage, and Caesar's for any shows or entertainment. 2)Cost- no hidden resort fee and very affordable. 3) Cleanliness - was clean with no bad smells (old carpet may not be clean ). 4) Free parking Cons: 1) If you need sandpaper while in Vegas you are in luck, these towels will do the job. 2) If you like sleeping on plywood, this mattress is for you. Overall the pros out weigh the cons and I would stay again.

Never AGAIN!! I can't believe this place received a 4 star rating. The only positive thing I can say was the lady checking us in ( before we checked out) was very nice. You must walk through a smoke filled sour smelling tinged with alcohol to reach the desk of the sounds of casino is your music…. So be it. At 4:00 pm it was loud , stinky and obnoxious so imagine this at night?! In order to go to your room a trip right through the middle of the crowded casino is necessary- and hope you are fine dragging your bags of the rather disgusting stairway. If this is offensive - - I would say - definitely YES! It was offensive. It was a picture of any imaginative negative of Las Vegas you could think about. KNOW there are excellent choices here of nice hotels- FIND ONE!

This is a seemingly unknown hotel hidden behind the Casino Royale. It's a Best Western Plus, and it was generally to that standard, comparable to a BW Plus anywhere. Perfect location between Harrahs and The Venetian. Free parking, free WiFi, no resort fees. It's obviously older, with almost a retro feel, but it is well maintained, and was very clean. Did online pre check in, so that was easy when we arrived. The room was very quiet, with none of the noise from the strip, or internal noise from adjacent rooms. Bed was comfortable, coffee maker and fridge in the room. We had a few hours between checkout and our flight and the free parking was for the entire day, so we were able to leave our vehicle there while we spent the last bit of time on the strip. The only regret is the news that the hotel and the Casino Royale have been sold and will be demolished and replaced with some monstrous tower and whatever goes with it. Kinda sad.

This is essentially a motel with interior access. Located within a less popular casino which was fine. The room was adequate in size as there were only two of us. The bathroom was old and cramped, barely any room for an adult to move around in. The shower was not made for tall people and the shower head was not adjustable in anyway. There was a mini fridge and coffee pot which was nice. Housekeeping is clearly not a priority as a giant cobweb hung in the corner of the room. I refused to walk around barefoot as who knows what was living in the carpet. The bed was fine, comfortable enough. No view of the strip at all, just the back of buildings. It smelled like a motel and was not inviting at all. I travelled with my best friend and unfortunately I let her husband make the reservation. He loves to save money and views hotel as “just a place to sleep” as he primarily travels for business. I will not stay there again as I have no problem splurging for a nice hotel room for a few nights in Las Vegas. The location was convenient but that's really the only thing on the pros side.

This is a very good, reasonably priced(for vegas) hotel. If you want quick access to the strip, this is the hotel. We found it to be very quiet and generally well run. We asked for maid service every third day, but the cleaning was complete and generally well done. There were a few small concerns. The ice machine on our floor didn't work and taxis would not pick up on the property. We had to wind our way through Harrah's casino to the back area to catch a cab.

The hotel is on the strip, so it is in a great location. There are some small fast-food restaurants located in the lobby/casino. Also, other food selections are nearby. Even though hotel is on the strip, I did not hear the noise from the street or in the casino located in the lobby. The cleaning needs some improvement.

I've given well over 200 reviews and this is one of the only low ratings I've given. Here we go: PROS: Location. It's right in the middle of everything and you can walk to anywhere on the strip from here. CONS: Location. First trying to find the garage and attempting to enter or leaving among hellacious strip traffic is a tall task. You'll want to tuck it away and not use it again until you leave. Wouldn't recommend if you're intent is to use your car daily. Staff. Nobody was at check-in, it was a slow process and perhaps I caught them on a bad day (or maybe I was having a bad day) but I found them rude. I'm usually not one to care about these things, but that was my impression. Elevators. Don't get anything on the 2nd floor. 1st or 3rd, yes, but one of the elevators was shut down and the other elevator - get this...DIDN'T OPEN ON THE SECOND FLOOR. If you selected 2, it would go up, not open, then go back down for the next person on the first floor. If you selected 2 and 3, it would do the same for floor 2, not open then go up to floor 3. Not a great situation if you're not mobile and you have luggage. Room temperature. It's February and my room temperature upon checkin was 76. So I put the AC on full-blast and went on the strip. Came back 5 hours later and it was 76. 24 hours later, it was down to 70. I can't imagine what this place must feel like in the summer. If your plan is to not sleep and barely be in your room, this is perfect. If you need just a bit of relaxation, I'd never stay here.

Stayed here for the second time for my Birthday trip and it was the same experience I had the first time but I figured I would post a review so my readers know my opinion hasn't changed! I LOVE this hotel! Its in the PERFECT location. Its center strip, next to Venetian and it has a pool, casino, clean rooms, a restaurant attached, you cant go wrong! Best Westerns are always a fave and so clean! 10/10

The only thing good about this place is the location, do not expect anything nice. It's def. run down and showing its age. I would say it's even below a typical Best Western standard. It does the job if you need a place to rest your head, but it is old dingy and dirty. There was a huge cobweb in the corner of our room, the carpets were terrifying we didn't dare walk in bare feet, my pillow fell on the floor, and I left it there. You cannot control heat or AC setting in your room, and it was very stuffy and uncomfortable for sleeping. Also, if you are tall you will have to squat in the shower to wash your hair. It is in a convenient location on the strip, and you are close to so much, but if I ever go back, I wouldn't ever choose to stay here.

Have come to Vegas a few times, but the first time at the Best Western. Location was amazing, walking distance from the two main shows we were visiting (Coliseum and The Sphere), good parking behind the property as well. However, place, although clean, is a bit worn and outdated. If you can do without this then I do highly recommend. We stayed here because it was the only hotel for under $800 for Super Bowl weekend (paid $360 for a night's stay)

This was a hidden gem! Great location, clean rooms, very safe (literally guards everywhere). Front desk staff was amazing. (Thanks Tom & Lori ). Great food options on property. I could not believe the value for the price!! I would absolutely stay here again.

Although it's a dated property, BW Casino Royale rooms were clean, very comfortable bed, coffee maker and the location is walkable to the Sphere. You can't beat the price. We would definitely stay here again, It's a good value for those that are just there for a couple of nights.

This hotel is located in the perfect spot on the strip, and at the time I stayed there were no resort fees. The hotel was very clean and all the people that I encountered that worked. There were very helpful and very friendly The Price Is good and I will have no problems staying here again

I have stayed here in the past with no issues. They do not have enough staff slow check in and could not get an answer from the desk. Garbage transfer out side my window constantly noisy all night . The place including my room had a strong smell of Marijuana. Not worth the price.

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to Sphere..able to walk to the U2 concert. Bed comfortable and room clean. Entry to parking lot is just past the hotel next to the Walgreen's..difficult to enter at times due to nonstop pedestrian traffic. Only negative was noisy during the night.

The 2nd stop in our US vacation was Las Vegas. We wanted to stay soemwhere in the Strip but to avoid the high price hotels. Best Western Plus Casino Royale was our choice and we weren't disappointed. The property was clean, modern style and - even if it was in Las Vegas - silent. I liked that the price had included a parking lot in the Park garage. The children enjoyed the pool which was clean and wasn't crowded.

Casino Royale is in the perfect location on the strip. It's so easy to park the car (for free!) and be able to walk to the Linq promenade, etc. No resort fee is a huge bonus! This is an older, outdated, musty hotel but our room was clean and everything inside it worked. It was quiet and bed was comfortable. Perfect for our 1 night stay. The woman at check in was friendly.

Hotel is on the strip, However when we arrived the computers were down, elevator was broken and parking was confusing. Staff did their best, but based on my many stays at BW I expect much more from BW hotels.

Right in the middle of it all. Easy to get to all the main Strip casinos and a fun little casino of its own! You get a voucher to Denny's for breakfast next door but the line up was every day and about 40 minute wait

For its price we got a hotel that was not only quiet .. it was convenient and was close by to EVERYTHING. We went to a convention and it was literally a 10 min walk where we did not even have to drive and park and pay for convention fees. The receptionist was super sweet and had customer service. Overall I would come back here again!

The elevator's the coffee makers, the ice machines. And the toilets. Did not work The only positive thing I can say It is on the strip. And there weren't very many homeless Sleeping or or begging for money?

That manager kicked me out he said I should vacate in 10 mins after 11 AM I asked 30 mins. However the cleaning was so sweet. Even the front desk staff was not so friendly. I might visit this but do not wanted to be treated the same way again.

Check in process was fast. Employees were helpful. Room was clean, and size was ok. Parking was complementary. The only thing that I didn't like is the accessibility from/ to main Street as it was very busy so it took so long to wait till I can get in/out.

Ideally placed on the strip within easy walking distance of a number of interests, although monorail or Deuce buses readily available. As for the hotel itself, it is very much showing its age, with a number of small maintenance issues which required attention. The smell of drains from our bathroom basin was quite strong but we have let the front desk know this. All staff were friendly and helpful, especially, Laurie, at the front desk. The rooms, though, are spacious and with reasonable amenities. Housekeeping though was not good as we didn't have our room serviced once. Having been out all day and returning after days out at 4/5 pm, often the room had still not been done. Notwithstanding all of that, reasonably priced and excellent location.

Great price, no hidden resort fee. Free parking. On the strip close to the other casinos The bartenders: Mark, Mike & George are the greatest. Drinks are the cheapest on the strip and free if you're playing the slots.

Excellent location lots of machines. Kuric in the rooms good choice of fast food pizza hotdog, pretzels, subway. However, no table games we had to go elsewhere to play blackjack. Very easy parking super convenient. Will definitely be staying here again.

Hotel was a great location. Outback Steak house was located in hotel. That had amazing food. Walgreens was practically next door. Cheap booze. This is a smaller casino. Pizza Hut express in Casino. Overall it was a decent place

Smaller 4 story hotel, recently updated. Everything worked fine and a fridge and Keurig was nice. Room was comfortable, spacious and quiet. Nice to not have to negotiate a huge casino, large crowds every time that you want to leave. In the centre of the strip with lots of restaurant, entertainment options.

We like this property since it's close to the convention center and includes a mini kitchenette with fridge and coffee maker. No fuss experience. Will likely book here again for value and location as long as we can.

Hotel room was spacious & clean. Everything you needed provided in the room (towels, coffee etc) Great location to the strip, parking if you need it. Still fairly quiet at night for a good nights sleep if you need it. Helpful & friendly staff. Bonus, no resort fee!

I understand that running a hotel like this on the Strip is extremely challenging, and even finding and retaining capable employees is a daunting task, so I want to be honest about our experience, mostly so management knows how guests experience the hotel, not to beat up on anyone about the issues they're dealing with. First, our room was mostly clean, and everything worked, but there was at least one silverfish bug scooting around in the bathroom, and the bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. I've seen worse, but I don't recommend worse, and I tend to expect a little higher standard from Best Western properties. For me, if the bathroom isn't clean, then I don't trust that the rest of the room is any cleaner. Second, you have to do something with the parking garage. It's filthy, and trash laying on the ground when we first arrived, was still there days later. I made the mistake of taking the stairs up to the third floor, and the stairwell was strewn with garbage, and I felt lucky that it wasn't worse. If it had just a little more garbage in it, it would have rivaled the look of the McDonald's next door to the hotel. I don't know what you can do, honestly, but the garage was gross, and if it's gross, it's probably also unsafe. Third, I have no idea what you're doing in the back parking lot, but it's really weird to tie off areas of the parking lot - areas where guests are to park when checking in too - in a seemingly random fashion. I'm not sure why that was being done, though I'm sure there is a reason. It is challenging getting in and out of the parking area with our car as the flow of pedestrians almost never stops. I'm not sure if there's anything that could help with that, but it does make things interesting sometimes. Now, all that said, the room was small but comfortable, the bed was great, it was quite quiet for a hotel on the Strip, and the front desk and housekeeping were quick to respond to our request for additional coffee for the Keurig coffee maker. The website when we made our booking made it sound like there was breakfast offered, but apparently not. While the hotel was conveniently located and we had a great few days in Las Vegas, we probably would not return to this hotel based on the issues with cleaning - both in the room and on the grounds and parking garage.

2nd visit to this hotel, we were disappointed, it was better the first time we came about 4 years ago. This hotel seems to be not very well maintained, it seemed a bit run down,our room had a smokey smell that was very strong even though we asked for non smoking room, we asked for a different room and were told that there wasn't one! The room it self had some stains on the lamps and a bit of damage in the bathroom. The staff did come and spray the room which helped a bit but the smell still lingered. The staff is very friendly and the location is great, no resort fees but we probably won't stay here again.

Best Western Plus Casino Royale - Center Strip was a wonderful surprise to my husband and I. He is a professional pilot and travels constantly. We also travel extensively together. Branded properties in the Hilton and Marriott chains are where we typically stay, so we are accustomed to a certain level of service and amenities...although admittedly, we continue to see significant declines in the quality of these properties since 2019's pandemic. Thus, we didn't expect much from BWP Casino Royale. We expected a mediocre stay and indifferent service. Were we ever wrong! Our stay equalled (or even exceeded) many of those other "higher-end" stays in overall experience, incl. cleanliness, quiet room, bed & room comfort, team member warmth, friendliness, & courtesies extended. A few details: Thomas (front desk. Hotel manager?) answered the phone prior to arrival & assured us we could store our luggage there both prior to and after check-in. (Our flights were especially early and late in the day and we were reluctant to drag it up and down the Strip.) We arrived ~10:30 am via Uber -- and because our room was ready, were allowed to check in a whopping 5 hours early. Tina -- personable, warm, friendly and efficient -- cheerfully checked us both in and out, and allowed us to store our luggage for 8 hours prior to our evening departure. It is obvious that Casino Royale does this frequently; their system is efficient and secure. The most pleasant surprise was how *quiet* our room was -- we couldn't hear a thing: not traffic, cars in the parking lot, other guests, or noise from the attached casino. It was wonderful! We also loved the location: entrance to the Mirage (and "The Beatles: Love") was as simple as crossing the Strip. Casino Royale is across the street from the Mirage, and so hidden it is easy to overlook. It is not glitzy. Our first-floor room overlooked the parking lot (discovered only when we opened the wood shutters). This was not a "con" to us, as we weren't there for the view. Decor was comfortable and pleasing. Unlike many places, including higher-end ones, daily housekeeping was provided (unless declined). We wish we would have been able to control the heat. It was locked in at a comfortable temperature but it would have been nice to be able to notch it up or down a bit. The room was in excellent condition and immaculately clean. We did not utilize the Keurig coffee maker, pool, or included breakfast. We felt secure and safe at all times. Our stay was earned through last summer's Best Western Plus promotion and was at no charge - but the Casino Royale team acted as if we were full-revenue guests. We look forward to returning to this hidden gem.

A lovely, clean, quiet budget hotel located on the Strip. No resort fees. Room was spacious and clean. Slept well every night. Located bear to the Venetian and Mirage. Easy to get around. Small casino, not the fanciest.

The casino and hotel will ignore you and NOT do anything to stop the fraud of your chip debit card information from being stolen at their ATM machine on the casino floor. Unbelievable they allow it! So bad!!! When I called them they said they don't own the ATMs...nothing they can do...it is their responsibility to safeguard their guests. Shut down unplug remove something!!! A simple evaluation of the ATM will expose the fraud..but they won't!! Avoid this location. ⚠️

first off I will mention that the Casino Royal is obviously NOT glitzy or glamorous. HOWEVER....we knew that when booking our stay. we met friends who stayed at Caesars. Caesars is so huge we had trouble finding them and the slots etc were super tight. Casino Royal is no frills, but the room was clean and with only 4 floors we only ran into other guests on the elevator twice! it's just an easy stay....parking is free and right out back. the slots were loose some days. we were easily able to walk across the street to meet our friends and as it was a bit chilly we could pass through Harrahs and the linq to stay warm. the staff who we checked in and out with were amazing! so nice and helpful! so as long as you know what you are booking as far as low cost & no frills, IMO Casino Royal is perfect. yes, there are a few sketchy individuals hanging around the White Castle and wall greens area at the end...but we never felt unsafe and there are plenty of homeless in front of the fancy casinos as well lol the Keurig in the room was clutch! I have stayed in numerous other Vegas strip hotels and had to venture out for $7 coffee in the morning. maid service was great, hallways were quiet, no street noise, and you can exit the parking garage out the back to skip alot of the strip traffic. no complaints from my husband and I and we would definitely stay at Casino Royal in the future.

No air in Dec, it was SO hot and muggy in the room. I was told to just turn off the fan. Had to open the window and hear the loud noise of the docking station to cool down. Will no go back unless this is fix. They claimed they do not run the AC in the winter. To hot to sleep well. Woke up to 76-78 degrees.

Hotel staff were very helpful which is about the only positive thing to say about this hotel. No room AC, had to sleep with window open, which was loud. The hotel itself needs a strong cleaning, everything outdated. Casino was dirty/outdated.

Rudest staff I have met at any of the BW I stay at. And I have stayed in more the 6 countries and 40 states. Room was disgusting, we got "forgot" about by housekeeping and the free night travel voucher was not honored after it had been accepted when the reservation was made.

A perfect place right in the middle of the Strip. Easy access , clean rooms with coffee and tea facilities, there's a fridge too a plus for cold drinks. Rooms are spacious. A special mention to our Guest Sevice supervisor TINA CURRY, she was very helpful with our many questions, Always a smile on her face that makes us so welcome.

You cannot adjust the heat, it just blows cold air. Desert gets cold at night, so good luck asking the front desk. They will ask if you need help to turn off the system or send a non-maintenance person to check it out, but it's not their fault. Cannot recommend this property to my friends.

This place does not have or claim to have the polished perfect decor of some of the bigger casinos - but if you just want a roof over your head in a more than comfortable room without having to pay a resort fee, then this is the place for you. Located bang in the centre of the strip opposite the Mirage and Caesars Palace, next door to Harrahs and the Venetian it's a perfect spot. Yes - it's a bit rough around the edges but beer is $3 at the bar, it's $7-10 pretty much anywhere else nearby. A mention to George who runs the bar on the late shift - a great character who makes you feel welcome. He's also got an eye on what is going on around him. If you don't want to get hassled when sitting having a late drink. he will look after you. We will be back.

Travelers when doing reviews include your room # so others won't get that room. Mine was rm# 213. A/C did not work. Was told a/c was shut off for all rooms, (all 4 floors) and the heat was turned on because it was getting cold at night(low 50s), but you really can't control it because it is central heat and air. B/S answer. They have same set up the other 4 hotels I stayed at during my trip. I have pics that show that a repair was tried and failed they left the air handler/ fan assembly open to the crawl space area between the floors. So, instead of the air being drawn through the air filter it was sucking all the dirt and dust and bugs and mice droppings from the crawl space. They told me without batting an eye I could open the window to control the temp. 3 BW reps gave me this answer. I said what if you were a woman alone staying on the 1st floor, you wouldn't want to open your window in this area. Since heat rises the 3rd and 4th floors and towards the middle would be the hottest, so it does not make sense that the individual rooms would not have control of the temperature. I had my window open from 730pm to 8am, it got down to 48 degrees outside but only got down to 71 degrees inside. There were lots of homeless people in casino check in area, especially to charge there phones, security at times kicked them out. They were in parking garage in there cars, on all floors some smoking weed. I would go to my room or leave in my car and come back and they were still there in their cars. One woman got totally naked changing clothes from her trunk, she obviously wasn't staying there. There is more but I fixed the stuff wrong myself. Do yourself a favor do not stay here.

Stayed 2 nights at this conveniently located Best Western, mainly to avoid hotel resort fees found in most other Vegas hotels. We don't use the resort amenities, so why pay for them? I would probably give the hotel 3.5 stars if I could. Read on for the pros and cons. PROs ~Compact room with all you need, fridge, safe, iron, TV, hairdryer, pod coffee maker, tea/coffee. ~Great powerful shower. ~Comfy bed and bedding/sheets. ~Convenient location center strip, next to the Venetian, across from Mirage, short walk to Ceasar's and the Linq Promenade. Next to fast food and reduced price ticket booth. ~We took a ride share from the airport for around $15 which dropped us off at the back door/casino entrance to the hotel. ~Individual toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap. ~Casino on lower level of hotel -- seemed like mostly slots. ~Baggage storage at the front desk if your flight doesn't leave early and you have to check out. ~Not pretentious, not fancy, but does the job. ~Parking available, but we didn't use it. ~Friendly front desk staff. CONs ~Bit slow checking in -- only one person on the desk, but she was very cordial ~Housekeeping if requested at check-in. We requested it. ~Loud fridge - we unplugged it for the second night. ~Had to run the air/heat system to block out occasional hallway noise of people talking/closing doors. ~Breakfast not provided. We ate next door at a well known fast food golden arches establishment. ~You have to walk through the smokey/noisy/busy casino to check in. The Hotel is located on the Strip. It is very convenient to go everywhere. But it has some issues. The rooms, although big, are not cleaned very efficiently. The carpet is smelly and the sheets they must definitely be thrown away and get new ones. I have stayed many times in Best Western hotels in Europe and I didn't had any issues. This was by far the worst one in terms of value for money.

There is no AC in the rooms our room was 80. We were told we could give you a fan or we could check you out. Could not get a drink in the casino as the waitress walked by so quickly you couldn't even order.

The Casino Royale was always a nice place to stay and offered good price rooms and the gambling was good. The Casino had a great gambling section and was priced up cheaper (min stake) than the big Casino equivalents. My Wife and I loved playing there and the 5$ craps table enabled my wife to learn and play craps. However, since Covid, all the Blackjack, Roulette and Craps tables have been replaced by slot machines. What a shame, probably explains why it was never busy anymore. The Craps table used to have a good set of Dealers who interacted nicely with customers. It was a fun place to be. Not anymore, it has lost its soul, just another Casino with Slots. We are unlikely to return there again after being regulars over the years. Bring back the dealers.

The best part of this hotel is the front desk staff, especially Elia, she really made sure we had a great time. The rooms were fine, the mattresses were firm and the pillows were good. The bathroom looked like it had been remodeled and the showers were hot. Everything was clean and smelled great. You could not ask for a better location, as soon as you walk out of the hotel/casino you are right across from the Mirage and are in easy walking distance to other casino's. There are good and cheap food choices in the hotel, the White Castle and Pizza Hut were good options. The casino was kind of small but had enough machines that we gambled there a few times, wish they had a few more Top Dollar machines but overall it was a good casino. The other bonus is that they do not charge resort fees. We go to Vegas once a year and this is hotel we are go to stay at every time we go, highly recommended.

Super clean and comfy, excellent staff, amazing location, would highly recommend to anyone visiting. Also excellent value and perfect location for exploring the strip, will definitely stay here again if we're in town

Unfortunately cannot recommend Casino Royale due to bathroom uncleanliness and terrible water odor in the restroom. The proximity is in the middle of the strip which is convenient. Would probably stay at Harrah's or Linq next time.

Strategically locacted,center of everything,in all directions,your feet will thank you later,I mean come on,your stay in your room is a small percentage of all Vegas has to offer may as well stay in the heart of the strip

When I entered the entrance from where I was dropped off, I had to walk through the casino to get to the front desk. The desk clerk that serviced me did not ask me if I was a Rewards member. I had asked for an early check in and since the clerk did not say anything, I reminded him that I had an early check in. His words was, "I am taking care of that now". The clerk asked me if I wanted the room cleaned daily in a tone as if there was a charge for that. The hotel does not offer shower caps for the ladies that don't want to get their hair wet. When we would arrive late at night after our activities, we would ask for coffee and cups for the next day. The clerk that was on was "snippy" saying that we could call for those items. My question is how long would we have to wait? We were not informed that there was a restaurant where we could get breakfast nor were we offered a voucher to get breakfast at a close by restaurant. The area of the hotel is not sealed off as non smoking. The only real thing this hotel has going for it is that it is on the strip and close to where many of the tour buses pick you up for the tours.

The Best Western hotel/the Casino Royale winning was the best ever. I have played the same machine up and down the strip. At the Casino Royale I have the best luck. I have won $9500 major win more than anywhere. I stay at the hotel as well. I have gotten to know the staff and management and consider it my home away from home. I am back every 60 days.

Both the above were very good for our one night stopover, we're not keen on LV but had to pass through, so this location suited us for the night. Clean, comfortable bed and room - one major gripe is that bottled water was only provided for ‘premium' members ! There was a heatwave on when we were there - not good enough! Hope not to go to LV again but would stay here again if needed

As this hotel is right on the strip it is a great value and was much less expensive than other hotels. If you don't care about the statues of staying at one of the large hotels with a brand name to pay for, this is the place for you. All we need is a clean place to lay our head at night and this place was perfect.

Excellent Location on the strip. Research the entry road before you go and go into the entrance by the multi- story car park, not though the casino as we did. Its what it is, bit basic and the rooms adequate but very good price. gazillions of restaurants everywhere and the magic of the strip 20 paces away. No breakfast but pool outside and felt safe at all times. Very friendly and helpful staff too.

Located right in the middle of all the big casino's, but at a great value, parking garage is easy to get in and out of, plenty of resturarants that you can afford nearby and in the casino, like Outback, Denny's. There is a Walgreens.

Best location to be so close to the strip. We walked everywhere. Car park is a bit unsafe but hire car was fine, it was more the open drug use and street walkers getting ready more than anything. Staff were very friendly and the room was perfect, with a small kitchen area.

Extremely easy to find hotel in an excellent location, right opposite Mirage and sandwiched in between Harrah's and The Venetian. Really nice and small. Parking really easy to find behind the hotel. Seamless check in and check out. A little difficult to walk through the Casino but not a problem. Very good sized rooms with excellent storage space. Bathroom a bit on the small side but can't complain when you're on the Strip. Hotel has a Subway, Pizza Hut and Hot Dog outlet at the back of the Casino. Good pool as well with ample seating and lounging areas. Excellent value for money and NO Resort Fee - amazing. Would definitely stay again!

poor room service, no hot water in the mornings, front desk seemed indifferent to our requests and concerns beds were uncomfortable not what you would expect from a Best Western+. Lobby rest rooms floor was nasty and unsensitized

Stayed for 11 nights. Its our 4th visit to this hotel. We noted that all of the manned gaming tables have been removed and replaced with extra slots etc. The Casino entrance doors are either broken or falling apart so first impressions are poor. Reception staff were very friendly, and casino waitress Lisa was excellent! There is a major problem with the homeless in Vegas, worse than ever at the moment. Unfortunately they congregate outside the hotel door. This intimidated my wife to the point we cannot return. They use the hotel toilets at the rear which is unpleasant for all concerned. Finally, we were very disappointed to find the pool was out of order for over a week. There was no information or apology for the loss of such an important facility, given that we normally use the pool every day this was unacceptable. Reception had no idea when it would reopen. Sad to say that we will now look elsewhere.

No resort fees? Free parking? Sounds great, eh? Read on before you think you are getting a true bargain. Be warned, there is a pest issue in this hotel! The check in area is way through the casino from where the taxis and car park is so be prepared to drag your cases through slot machines and Vegas revellers on the way to check in. The front desk staff were super friendly and I can't fault that experience at all. We were accommodated as requested on the 4th floor after reading some reviews about noise and questionable activity in the adjoining car park area. First impressions were that the rooms are generally small and tired, in dire need of a refresh or upgrade. Room appeared clean. I noticed a couple of small flies in the bathroom, but sometimes you expect that if doors / windows have been opened during a guest change. We decided to only get our room cleaned on request (Covid and that). We asked for housekeeping after 4 days of the stay. I would say the cleanliness is questionable. The bedding was only remade, not changed. The carpet was obviously not vacuumed. To add insult to injury, we discovered a large cockroach on returning to the room one night, which I had to apprehend. On informing the front desk, we were offered a room move which I declined (the hassle of repacking and no guarantee of another critter-free room seemed a non- starter). No apology however, which in customer service is a huge red flag. Apparently “when it rains, you never know what will turn up”. Funny, in the 5 other times I've stayed in Vegas, all in different hotels, when there's been a bit of rain I've never even seen a ‘roach anywhere… In fairness, they sent someone up with some bug spray within about an hour to treat the bathroom. We discussed the option of checking out and changing hotels, as we both felt uncomfortable and frustrated at the apparent lack of concern. About an hour later, we were horrified to spot a large cricket / creature next to our beds. Needless to say, I was online and booking us into another hotel before we checked out. No way were we sleeping in that room again!! On check out, we mentioned our issues and reasons behind it (grossness and pest issues). Again, no apology and a bit of a knowing nod, indicating that this is a known problem to staff. I will be contacting the local health authorities as there's obviously a pest issue in this hotel that they are not dealing with. As an aside, the casino itself is great. Cheap drinks, low gambling minimums and great staff. Shame about the hotel. Best Western seriously need to take a look at what they are offering here.

We wanted a clean, centrally located hotel on the strip and we picked the BEST! From the pre registration email to the last day of our trip, the staff was amazing. Room was spacious & clean. Great choice.

This hotel is in a good location. Parking is free. Beer at the bar is $3. The casino to this hotel is right in front of the volcano at the Mirage. This hotel sets back off the strip, no good views from your window. Bathrooms are small, one person at a time can use the sink. It does have a refrigerator and a Keurig with coffee and tea. Bed was comfortable, we had to ask for additional pillows. Staff were friendly. I've stayed here twice. Only 6 miles from the airport. Casino has a White Castle, Pizza Hut, Subway and foot long hotdog place to eat right on site. We were given coupons to Denny's next door and there is also a McDonalds on the other side. Walking distance to many of the larger casinos. We had trouble adjusting the room temperature. Thermostat was no even close to the right temperature.

Perfect Center Strip location! leave your room and be on The Strip in 30 seconds! And no Resort Fees!!! Those 4000 room hotels are nice but they are so big it takes forever to navigate through them. The front desk and bar staff are top notch and the drink prices are incredible.

Reserved this hotel through booking.com, unfortunately there was a problem with payment being taken from my card so I contacted the hotel to try and pay direct but I was reassured by the Manager, Thomas, that no payment was required until check in and my booking would not be cancelled. Upon arrival on Friday I was told my booking had been cancelled and I would have to rebook, the rate went up from $459 to $529 through booking.com. The receptionist said she could provide a room for $612, when I said I shouldn't have to pay more than my original booking she knocked it down to $538. I could not speak to Thomas as he wasn't there until the morning and was apparently the only Manager. The fact that I knew his name and had a customer ticket number meant nothing, I should have bern given an upgrade for the original price, they obviously do not know how to treat their customers. Ended up booking Treasure Island which was 100% better the the urine smelling Casino Royale, will never attempt to stay there again or use Best Western.

Older, smaller casino. Kind of a stale smell inside. Cheap bottles of beer available. Good for a quick stop. Never win anything there however, so tough to recommend it for anything other than a quick stop.

Great hotel in a great position right on the strip. Lots of free parking (4 level multi story) behind hotel. The entrance is just after you pass the hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious with fridge, iron and coffee machine and beds are comfortable. The casino on site is a bit dreary but we didn't go to gamble so was no big thing. No resort charges so all in all a bargain place to stay in Vegas.

My wife and I have wanted to stay at this property for quite some time, however COVID postponed our opportunity a couple of times. We finally got to stay here in August and we REALLY wanted to love it. Unfortunately we had a couple of hiccups during our stay. I really do not want to complain about our stay but just a couple of words of caution. First- we asked housekeeping for extra pillows, as only 3 were provided for a king sized bed. We were denied extra pillows which was puzzling. After checking with the front desk, they agreed to try and retrieve more pillows and drop them off in our room. We went to dinner and retured to our room where the door was left open. This really freaked us out, as we knew that the property isn't in the safest place. Luckily nothing was stolen. Admittedly, the door was a little tough to latch, but it would only makes sense to pull on the door when exiting just to be sure. Second- My wife was really excited to use the pool. We were looking for a low-key pool spot that didn't have a bunch of partygoers. This pool definitly hit the mark for that, however it was closed the first morning we were there with no indication when it would be re-opened. Luckily it opened shortly after noon, but it would have been nice to get some kind of communication so we could have planned accordingly. In addition, there were a couple of very shady characters attempting to gain access to the pool area, and one of them got pretty nasty when my wife wouldn't let him in. Thomas the manager, did take care of the problem and I will mention him later. Lastly- the halls of the hotel are in bad need of a good vacuum. The carpets were pretty rough. Overall what I would like to share is how amazing the front desk staff are...Especially Thomas! He is awesome, and the only reason we would consider returning. Thomas - I know you read these reviews, and I am sorry I can't give your property a 5-star rating. I REALLY wanted to, but had to be as honest as possible. You are awesome Thomas and thank you for being great at your job and the things you can control!

We stayed here over July 4th Weekend whilst we were day tripping outside of Vegas. We found the hotel to be fair value for the time that we stayed. The location is superb and the pool was clean with fresh towels available. Parking was complimentary. The rooms feel a little jaded which is the only reason to knock off a star but overall you get exactly what you pay for, Staff were friendly and the great value bar in the casino was a great place to stop for an easy late night beer. You shouldn't stay here expecting 5 star vegas but for what it is, the Best Western absolutely delivers and we would have no hesitation in staying again

This hotel is located on the strip across from the Mirage and Caesars. Easy access to all other resorts. The room was clean and even though no breakfast service at the hotel many options nearby. Diffinately would stay again.

We came out to celebrate a close friends birthday! The manager Thomas and his staff were amazing! They were very accommodating and made sure we had the best time while staying at there hotel. We will definitely be back to stay there on our future trips to Vegas!

Stayed here a couple of times now and enjoyed the stay. Rooms are great but it's not something that bothers me anyway. If you are going to Vegas to sit in your room, you're in the wrong place! Had a little problem with a leak in the bathroom but the lady at reception was really kind and apologetic and got it sorted out. The casino is in a great spot right in the middle of the strip. Next door is the Venetian, across the road is The Mirage. You have plenty of food outlets in the casino. Pizza Hut, Subway, White Castle, Foot long Hot Dogs (nice and cheap). Mcdonalds outside as well. Bottled beers are only $3 from the bar which is way cheaper than most other places. There is also a Walgreens next door so you can fill your fridge up if you want even cheaper beers! If you go to Harrah's next door yo can get the monorail which will take you to the north or south end of the strip for $5 each way. NO RIP OFF RESORT FEES ! When you are visiting from the UK and staying longer than most people do then resort fees add up. Like other people have mentioned there is a problem with homeless people hanging around outside in between Casino Royale and Harrah's. Overall this is a great little casino in a prime position in the middle of the strip.

Needed to attend a professional education conference held at one of the fancy hotels but by staying at BWCR I saved at least 50% (hundreds of $$) rather than comparably sized room at the host venue. Because of its mid-strip location it's in walking distance of most of the destinations and has easy access to both the Deuce (Strip bus) and the LV Monorail. As long as you regard the property fairly as a 2-star hotel and not unfairly compare it to the 4-star venues nearby, you'll be quite satisfied. I recommend asking for a room on the upper floors--I was initially on the 1st but captured at least bug (cricket or palmetto) a day. It's easy for them to come in and look for moisture with an access door midfloor and room doors have a major bottom gap. I was moved to the 3rd floor and there were no bugs. There is a parking structure and it offers ample space, it's almost like a secret building. I have a larger vehicle and the space are actually roomy! Tip: enter from Koval, not from the Strip. You'll save yourself time and won't have to dodge the Strip walkers. The structure is purely functional, don't expect Disneyland cleanliness. Dining options are good enough. There's Outback for table service. If you love sliders, rejoice as there's a White Castle right next door. The Subway in back will save you time waiting in line though. CONS: They an emergency A/C repair scheduled for the 2nd night I would be there--notice was that there'd be no A/C (summer in Vegas!) for 8-10 hours. They would offer NO bill adjustments other than waiving cancellation fees (not very customer-centric). The front office staff however was excellent. I interacted with three employees and they were all helpful, courteous, professional, friendly, and looked out for my needs. So the staff is great, but be aware management seems to be about the bottom line and not the guests when there's a problem. If you're looking for the Best Western free breakfast, this is not one of those venues. On the plus side there's a Denny's right next door to the north and a McDonalds to the south, so no problems finding a plate of eggs. So if you're looking for lower cost Strip stay (I'll withhhold my comments about the Circus...) this is probably your best choice. Their casino machines are a bit limited. I like video poker but they mostly have slots.

We loved our stay at Best Western Plus Casino Royale! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. This hotel is located in the middle of the strip and has NO resort fees!! Their nightly rate was also very reasonable. The hotel area is very quiet and private. When we first walked in our room it was very clean and smelt clean as well. If your not looking for a big resort and wanting a smaller hotel mid strip, this is your hotel!!

Excellent customer service! Thomas is always friendly and one of the best! Our room was clean and exceeded our expectations. The pool was clean and refreshing in the 100+degree days. This hotel never disappoints.

Great hotel 4 the lads if u r not bothered about some of the low life outside...1 word of caution....beware of some, not all bar tenders! We ordered vodka and tonic and one day.And he poured us water and tonic...on observation he was doing that 2 others to! Watch out!!!

This Hotel /Casino is in a great Strip location opposite The Mirage. No resort fees. Fridge and coffee machine in room. Beers for 3$ on site. Small friendly hotel which makes you feel wanted. Free parking for guests with a car. Walgreens next door. However you do not get a strip view from your bedroom.

Well..I just don't know where to start so I will start at the door...My wife and I taking a vacation. Thought because it was a Best Western Plus I might get some kind of tourist satisfaction. .WRONG! Homeless derelicts in tatters laying outside the entrance to the door leading to my hotel room. Human excrement and urine all up in the the parking structure that obviously the hotel does not care about since it was there during the whole duration of my 4 day 3 night stay. Drug dealers and thugs hanging around as if it were the neighborhood liqueur store. Rooms are small, shabby and itchy (most likely indicating that I wasn't alone) and the casino is a cheap knockoff that's run down and waiting to suck up all your cash. Incredible! Prices for this ghetto looking hotel are astronomical for a dump. Yeah the staff was nice but what angel ushers you into hell? I don't know what all these misinforming good reviews are about because I know for a fact that this place is old, smelly, ghetto and it sucks! I smell a fix. They had to have payed people to leave those good reviews. For the money they charge you can easily get a 4 or 5 star hotel on the strip or anywhere else in Las Vegas. Save yourself some heartache and disappointment and seek shelter elsewhere.

It's a Best Western on the strip. Doesn't have all the fancy bells and whistles like the nearby resorts, BUT it's a nice, clean place to stay ON the strip. The Good, No resort fee. Not a fan of the nickel and diming of resort fees. Right on the Strip Close to the fancy resorts Fridge in the room Room was clean and relatively up to date Hotel passageways clean and well lit. Was able to easily connect my Firestick to the TV Good speeds on the internet. No problem streaming a movie Need a hotel key card to enter the area with the hotel rooms The bad AC has one speed...high. Sounded like a jet engine. Avoid first floor rooms. One side is a sketch ally and the other is the back parking lot. The ugly Lots of homeless in Vegas and the strip is no exception. A number of them hanging out around the hotel entrance. For the most part none of them bothered folks Vegas does have it's share of unsavory characters as well. I did feel a little unsafe in the area between the Casino Royal and Harrah's. But it's also out in the open and busy area. Just like everywhere else, don't let your guard down. This is my second stay at Casio Royal. I received the AAA rate, my rate was less than what I'd pay at most of the on strip hotels that charge resort fees,

Centrally located, it is easy to overlook next to the bigger resorts. If you're looking for a great value, this is the place. Had a great night sleep and enjoyed the casino. So easy to get anywhere on the strip. A little difficult to get to the parking garage, but it's just past the green fence. Have fun!

I was so empresses with the staff, my room # and the location and the ease of staying here. I was looking to be in the center of the strip and I literally was. I loved the quiet pool in the morning, the snack bar and the games at the casino

Never been to Las Vegas and had to blindly select a place for my family and friends. We were pleasantly surprised that we could get an Inexpensive hotel with Free Parking, in a Great Location, that was Safe, Clean, Comfortable, with Good Amenities.

Pro : the parking is free and easy to get to. The location is very good The room has a large fridge No resort fee The room was very clean Con : the toilet needs to be replaced it's very old, it kept running all night It was difficult to control the airco The price that I have paid (weekend) was crazy and not worth the price I don't like the carpet in the room The badroom is very small I had no view The blinds are very thin so when the sun comes up you are awake The walls are very thin so you can hear others speak

Entered room and bad smell. Toilet was not clean and the cause of the bad smell. Areas of the rooms was not cleaned prior to my arrival. Staff was informed and simply stated they were sorry. Door lock did not work properly. Since I was only sleeping there, I put up with it but won't return to that property

We've stayed here maybe 5 times now over the last 5 or 6 yrs. Its a convenient location, mid-strip.. its nothing fancy, really, but, thats what we like. No half mile walk from our room out to the strip. Maybe a hundred steps, if that. No breakfast, no exciting dayclub pool party scene. Does have a small pool, though. Just a quiet nights sleep in a decent room on the strip, minus the resort fees. Plenty of places to eat all around outside. A walgreens for essentials is maybe a half block north. Everything is right there, really.

It's a smaller hotel in a big area, in between the Venetian and Harrahs, great location lots of food, grand canal shops just a short walk, rooms are on the smaller side but clean and looked recently painted. The refrigerator in the room is also a plus not many rooms in Vegas have them, staff was great asked for extra towels and a pillow within minutes had both. Nice parking garage in the back, and if they don't tell you there is a back way out of the garage that goes out beside Harrahs garage, bypasses the crowd on the blvd.

Like most (every?) other hotel on The Strip you have to walk through the casino to get to your room. The only alternative is a dirty and dangerous alley driveway. The room was very small and badly in need of updating and refreshing. Not dirty, just really used. While considered deriguer in most locations, breakfast is not included in this hotel or most of its competitors. Two big pluses: free parking you do yourself so there is no need to tip someone (thus making it not free if you did) and location on The Strip within easy walking distance of many of the major attractions, casinos, bars and restaurants. Despite being cramped, the room did have include a comfortable chair, not a desk chair but a place you could actually enjoy sitting. Do not get a first floor room. The rooms run along an alley that can be noisy and somewhat concerning, especially at night.

We came for a wedding. We had visited Las Vegas in Dec so we didn't want to spend a lot of money again. The best Western was in the middle of the strip, economically priced. When we got there I was a little taken aback because it's set back nothing fancy, but what was important to me was the cleanliness of the hotel which met my expectations, location was great and staff was very friendly.

Convenient located hotel in the middle of The Strip. Awesome choice and reasonable prices for the overall package. No ressort fees and free parking, own structure in the back. Both Deuce stops (NB/SB) in like 100 yards distance. Sadly no breakfast, but Subway, PizzaHut and HotDogs stall at the back. They make you walk through the whole casino at checkin, but don‘t be fooled, there‘s a back entrance with an elevator. So no need to traipse through casino all the time.

Loved the location. Hotel is older, but very well maintained!! Customer service was very good, small pool was nice and clean, enjoyed having a Keurig coffee pot with lots of coffee. Bed was comfortable too!!

The position of this hotel on the strip was great for sightseeing and was very affordable. But, that is about where the advantages end. The air in the room would not cool the room below 75 and the outside temp was only mid 80's. The rooms are small with limited views. I get this an affordable spot but just a few perks could have made me ignore the faults. Be very careful as many homeless are around the parking lot as it is tucked behind the building. Overall if you just need somewhere to sleep within Vegas, this does the trick. If you are looking to take any family, you might want to look a little higher in accommodations.

The staff and accommodations were wonderful. My answers are based on the hotel only and not the the casino. The casino, well not so much. Very loud, very dirty and very smoky. Bar allows cigar smokers at the bar. The rewards card was a joke. My wife got one and she was able to access the rewards offered (20 free play after playing through 20 dollars & another 20 after playing through 100) however, after I played over 20 and lost it all, the promo never game up. Spoke with a casino attendant and he stated that because I had won that is was not available. So for not winning, no promo no nothing. What a scam to collect people's identity's.

We were very disappointed. All table games have been removed. We specifically chose this hotel because we often played blackjack and craps here. The fact that there was no indication the games had been removed was very frustrating.

Staff is the best, but rooms need attention! I have stayed at several different Best Western hotels in different states and I have always had a wonderful experience. Rooms have been clean and staff has been great, but I was sadly disapponted with my BW Vegas stay. The staff was amazing but the rooms were not clean and some things needed to be tended to by maintenance. The hotel is in a prime location but the hotel rooms do need a deep cleaning.

Our stay at the BW plus Casino Royale was great! So convenient in the center of the strip but also because we could run up to our room in 30-60 seconds from the strip to pick something up or drop something off.

Let's be honest here, when we go to Vegas we are just looking for a place to lay our heads that's convenient to traverse the Strip. This place fits that bill perfectly. If you want a suite or a fancy schmancy room to hang out and waste your time in Vegas, this is not the place. If you want a comfortable, clean room with a great central location for all your walkabout needs this is the place. A few other highlights would be, no resort fee, free parking, and the cheapest bar on the Strip, with prices that are the same as my first visit back in 2018, and likely longer!

This is exactly what you'd expect in a Best Western --- good but not great accommodations, excellent wi-fi, very reasonable prices. The location is excellent. Easy walking up and down the Strip; easy access to / from the free parking on the Strip or behind the Strip; very helpful staff, and daily housekeeping! (Even Hilton's don't clean daily any more. But this Best Western does!) Views from the rooms are dreary, as is the casino (which you have to walk through to get to the front desk). If you need a great view from your room, stay elsewhere. But if you want inexpensive, walkable, great location, standard-decent accommodations, and nice people, the Casino Royale works. And Betsy at the front desk was a delight!

The ambiance of this property is wonderful. The staff is very helpful. Our only issue was the third night of our stay, the sink backed up and we had to move to another room. It wasn't until after our second call down that we were offered the opportunity to move as our first call did not produce any results or any one coming up to even check on what was being reported.

This hotel does not charge for parking and also does not have resort fees. The location is center strip, directly across the street from the Mirage. There was a great view of the volcano that errupts nightly. It is a sight to see! Every staff member I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. I commend the secuirty staff and the way they controlled things professionally. I would not bring small children to any Las Vegas trip. The location of the hotel is perfect for getting around the area by foot or by car.

Ruined my 60TH Birthday and given one of the worst rooms because I spoke for myself. Unprofessional and uneducated. No pride in their appearance especially the front desk people. I called twice and was told my 2 days was confirmed and paid. That was a lie

Clean and comfortable with a location on the strip that is half the price of neighboring hotels. Minimal time to check in / out. Gambling floor felt safe at all hours. Hotel guests were quiet during night hours. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend - hope to be back soon!

Service was fast. Toilet clogged and staff was up in our room in 5 minutes. The rooms are always nice and clean with a safe, coffee maker and fridge. I have been going there for over 25 years and I know most of the staff. They are friendly and I feel safe there. There are a lot of homeless people; but isn't that everywhere. Just be aware of your surroundings and if someone is bothering you there is security staff all over the casino.

We chose this hotel as it's location is perfect and there was no rip off resort fee added to our bill. I've stayed in the big resort hotels in the past, but this was better. Where they had the 20 minute walk, just to get from room to outside the hotel, we managed it in less than a minute. And unlike the big places, this has character! The choice of eateries here is great. We did Denny's, Outback Steakhouse, Nathans Hotdogs and Pizza Hut. All excellent. The casino was great and the slots paid much better than MGM Grand, Caesar's, Bally's etc. The room was large, had a fully stocked coffee maker, free internet and plenty of channels on the large screen tv. All the staff that we encountered were very pleasant and polite. Will definitely be back.

The casino was full of homeless people at night. They watch you play and follow you around. I did not feel safe being in there alone. Someone was sitting by the room entrance selling drugs. The security didn't care. The elevator broke and my friends got stuck. We had no apologies or anything to try to accommodate the distress. The halls were stained and dirty. The rooms were clean, the air conditioning did not work or maybe they control it.

I previously reviewed C.R. 2 years ago and wasn't impressed by their cleanliness .However ,all the other reviews said it was very clean so we gave it another and I'm so glad we did .We have just returned from a week there and we had a great time . The staff were helpful and friendly and made us welcome .There is no resort fee at this hotel which is a big plus .Also you have a Keurig coffee machine and a fridge in your room - pretty rare for Vegas now .A microwave is by the vending machine ,there is free wifi and a room with a printer , computer - so handy for printing off boarding passes and checking on flights .Just use your room key to access it . The casino is literally right there as there are only 3 floors to this hotel , and so you can be out of the hotel in minutes .No walking miles just to leave the building . You are smack bang in a great location on the strip - by Harrahs , the LINQ ,Mirage , Flamingo's , The Cromwell , Ballys to name but a few . Denny's and Walgeen's are on your doorstep for cheap eats and water /snacks . It really is the gem on the strip !

We have stayed at this property several times on our latest trips to Las Vegas. Just a great location. Really like this hidden gem on the Strip. Their parking garage is so handy and love the older style Casino. Rooms are clean, comfortable and fairly updates. Easy access to the strip and casino. Re ommend it and plan to stay there again

Location was perfect - across from the Mirage, steps away from Caesars, next door to the Venetian, Harrah's and the monorail. Parking was uncomplicated. Next door to McD's, Panda Express, White Castle, Subway and $2.49 foot long hot dogs. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Towels were soft. It's only 3 stories tall with a small casino on the ground floor which makes using the elevator and getting a seat at the slots very easy and enjoyable. Truly a place you should consider for your next stay in Las Vegas. I know I will be returning!

The location of this hotel can't be beat. Right in the middle of the strip. Easy walk to the majority of the larger resorts. Free parking. No long walks from the parking garage to your room or the casino. Lots of places to eat within a 5 minute walk. Walgreens and White Castle next door. Check in and out is easy. Staff friendly, available and helpful. Always clean, beds are very comfortable.

This property is in a good location on the strip at a fairly cheap price. That's all the good I have to say about it... We stayed 3 nights in December and our room was 80 degrees everyday the air does not cool it down only heat. We contacted the desk at first they sent someone up and determined it was broke then we was informed it was not in fact broke that the system will not run AC if the heat is on in the whole building. We could open the window, which was overlooking an ally where trash trucks and semis unloaded and made all kinds of noise all night. Along with not so quiet people smoking. The lady told us basically to just deal with it there was nothing they could do sleep with the window open or sleep in 80degees. The casino was clean but security let's some homeless people and drug dealers walk around inside the casino, I was asked by a guy in dirty clothing carrying a 12 pack of beer if I knew where to get any crack. Which he was not far off because I hard people selling stuff in the bathroom....if your looking for a cheap place to stay and be super warm In the room with no individual control on your temperature and don't mind dirty people asking you for crack, this is the place for you

I like a best western, but had never stayed here. Was attracted by the cheap rate, free parking, and lack of resort fee. I have to say that it was also those things that made me slightly nervous as to what we would get. The hotel is small compared to its neighbours. Our room was very quiet, and clean it had everything we needed. It is a fab location, really close to so many things. We didn't want any frills, with so much on the doorstep, we just wanted a safe clean comfortable place to sleep, and this ticked the boxes for us.

First yes, the outside of this place has seen better days, and depending on the crowd in the casino at the time it appears seedy or run down, but my husband and I found this place by accident and were shocked and pleasantly surprised at the hospitality and facilities. This review is ONLY about the casino, not the hotel (both are attached). Each Best Western is independently owned and operated, and accordingly to a cashier in the casino, this is the last independently owned facility on the Strip. We were walking by on one of our last nights in Vegas and came in to play slots. They have a $20 promotion, so we played low level slots and each had a beer (bottle beers are $3, large cups are $10). All brand name stuff, and they had hard liquor for sale as well. Although the crown gambling were heavy smokers, all of the doors were opened to the place and there was a lot of light and fresh air coming in. The casino (in spite of the smoke) was clean, safe for women, and the bathrooms were neat and tidy. At the back of the casino is a standing-only cafeteria bar that serves $2.99 hotdogs, drinks, and there's a 24 hour Denny's, but I didn't see it. The hotel itself has been remodeled along with all the rooms, so this would be a great place for a group of guys or girls who want to party but also save money. As it's near the rougher, more crowded end of the Strip, I wouldn't recommend this place for kids or families. We plan to definitely return, as the slots had a high payout for us, and were much cheaper than those at the Aria or Bellagio. If you want a place that saves you money and you don't care about the ambiance, come here to play, have a drink, or get a room for the night without paying through the nose.

Elia was the only nice front desk staff member, all of the housekeepers were very friendly. Everyone else would not care to help you or try to hang up on you. They did not care I was a diamond select member who requested a low floor, they put me on the 4th floor next to garbage trucks who were beeping all night.

Chose this property due to it being on the strip (across street from Mirage) and no Resort Fees (not paying for something I'm not going to use) plus free parking. Staff was pleasant, no rude encounters with front desk personnel and when I couldn't open room safe due to low battery, security came to room within minutes of my request, no long wait. Television has good selection of channels and no problem with free internet speed. Rooms are decent sized with a mini frig and pod coffee maker, bathrooms are small though w shower/tub combo, would be difficult to have more than one person in bathroom at a time. I was right by elevator and room was quiet. Do think doors should be a little more secure as it seemed if someone wanted to push hard with shoulder could get it open. Felt room was clean and hallways seemed to be kept clean. Would suggest better quality of pillows as only 3 small ones on king size bed and all were soft so maybe a variety. Not a large but at least a choice of eating places in hotel. Have read other reviews about homeless bugging people, did not encounter that problem, yes did see a few in parking area however they are on strip as well and will not judge someone who is experiencing difficulties, just say like anywhere you go be aware of surroundings. Because of location and other amenities would stay again.

I liked this place. It's centrally located and it had a great price. I strongly recommend for an adult or couple who want an inexpensive Vegas Strip experience. I only have two complaints. 1) The AC didn't work the best. 2) The layout is not very good. a) The entrance to the hotel rooms are in a different location from the front desk. Someone will have to show you. b) Some of the rooms are very far from the entrance. Ask for a low room number, ignoring the floor. Example: Room 401 is much better then room 249.

I read a few review before we went to this hotel since it was our first time. They had me worried to some degree about noise, smells, etc. We found it to be totally the opposite, we were greeted with great friendliness and found the service outstanding throughout. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Great stay!! Four nights

This hotel was conveniently located in the center of the boulevard. Plenty of places to eat in the area. The room was comfortable. However, we did experience Marihuana odor coming under the door to our room which was not good. This hotel does not provide a taxi service for its guest to get to the airport when you are ready to leave. They ask you to walk over to Harrah's hotel to their taxi pick up location. So if it's busy, you may wait a long time before you can get a cab. This is not ideal to get to the airport on time. We were lucky that a taxi pulled up at the hotel back entrance for another matter and he volunteered to take us to the airport.

I go to Vegas once a year usually and over time my needs have shifted. I am not interested in all the amenities that the large resorts offer and therefore do not like paying the extra $30 per day on top of room charges for the “resort fee” just for the convenience of staying on the Strip. This is why I like this Best Western. Also, if driving into Vegas the parking here is awesome. I came and went and I always had the same spot in the garage when returning! Being able to walk only 2 minutes from car to room is a nice bonus. Basically, if you are looking for a simple hotel without all the extra bells and whistles and want to be relatively centralized on the strip you could do A LOT worse than here. The staff was very friendly too and did a great job of keeping the hallways and walkways clean and tidy.

Very clean, very safe, and the location is excellent. Many nearby restaurants to eat at, Denny's, White Castle, Outback Steakhouse, Pizza Hut and many more. The price is right the best on the strip no doubt.

we booked a king sized bed room for 5 nights. it was clean, and the room was a good sized, plus the room included a fridge and a coffee maker! how many hotels in vegas offer those free in room. oh plus this place has NO RESORT FEE! the only issue we had was with the AC not working 100% but its cause its an old property so its a central unit for all the rooms so u can only control it so much, but the window opens so we just left the window open to get it cooler. its a small property so its easy to get from the casino to your room in like 5 minutes. theres a Walgreens next door for cheap drinks and snacks, plus theres a Denny's, a Outback Steakhouse, White Castle right there connected to the hotel. the casino its self is small but its got alot of slots. it had a strong smoke smell to it (didn't bother me) so if you dont like cigarette smoke id avoid it. definitely recommend signing up for their players club. the 1st $20 you spend on slots they give you another $20 of free-play. it was a great stay overall. ill definitely will be back.

This Best Western was right on the strip next to Venetian and across street from Mirage and Treasure Island. NO RESORT FEES!! The room has a Keurig and a refrigerator and a microwave in the lobby. There are numerous eateries. In BW is Fat Tuesday, Subway , Pizza Hut and Nathan Hot Dogs. Literally out the front door is Outback and Dennys(24hr) and a Walgreens(24hr) The staff is excellent. I went over to the BW day before check in and asked for an early check in on my arrival date(I was at another hotel that was going for 700$ a night with 50$ per resort fee and I stayed at that hotel first 3 night as it was reasonable for mid week) The receptionist said as long as rooms were ready I could check in. I got there at 2pm. Checked in. They gave me a room near the mid hallway elevator...which was great for me and my bad back and my luggage situation. Those room numbers are 225, 223, 323, 325, 125, 123. When I checked out my flight was at 1145p. I left my luggage with them and then went and had lunch. Played a few slots and then returned to the hotel lobby area and ELLA came up to me and said I could sit in the business center and got away from the noise in the casino. What a difference it made, Her kindness and thoughtfulness. Realizing my 12 hour wait for my flight home. I will be back to BW when I come back to Vegas.

Hotel is at the heart of the strip. Very accessible and easy to find parking. Right next door you have panda, chipotle, and mcdonald's. You can access CVS and the castle restaurant from inside the hotel. The volcano eruption is literally across from the hotel. Other nice hotel are within walking distance. Rooms are a little outdated but the beds are comfy and there is a mini fridge.

This hotel is right in the heart of the Vegas Strip and is close to just about everything. A first floor room has never happened for me in Vegas before so that was a nice treat. I would return in the future for the location alone.

The Casino Royale was perfect for our stay in Vegas. Very reasonable in price and the location was excellent. Free parking, no resort fee with coffee and a fridge in the room. Definitely will stay here again.

Bare bones but pretty clean room in an excellent location—within walking distance to tons of attractions and restaurants. The room was surprisingly quiet, and the property still provides daily housekeeping.

If you want to stay on the Las Vegas Strip without paying the prices of those famous high-rise hotels, the Best Western Casino Royale is the place for you! You'll be right in the heart of the city near all the famous attractions. Our room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for being downtown. A free parking area is included. A man greeted us upon arrival, and helped us find the check-in desk on the other side of the casino. Watch carefully for the driveway into the Best Western because it's easy to miss. We had just one issue. We couldn't control the thermostat in our room, so we couldn't get the room temperature to our liking.

Not having been to Vegas in 18 y, I chose this resort due to location, reviews, no resort fee, and the fact that there wasn't a mile long walk to get to our room. It was a fine, comfortable room, with the perfect weight comforter on the bed. There was no separate hotel lobby- the reception desk was in the middle of the casino. Friendly reception and casino staff. The only unpleasantness was the sewage stench permeating the casino from the parking lot entrance. We probably won't be back to Vegas again, but after seeing how the strip has changed, with no taxis on the strip, and needing to go to a shared Uber pickup spot in the back of Harrahs, I would stay there instead.

Great location. Very clean. Room was nice. Very quiet. Free, secure parking garage. Nice pool. No resort fees. Reasonable rates. Close to everything you want to see. McDonalds next door for great coffee. Room was nice size. Front desk staff was friendly.

This hotel met our needs just fine. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. There is a refrigerator and a Keurig, the bigger hotels don't have that .... well, they do, but you have to pay more. Plus, THERE IS NO RESORT FEE AT CASINO ROYALE, like there is at the big hotels. The pool was the perfect size, my husband and I had it to ourselves which was nice. We will definitely stay there again if we go back to Vegas.

We always stay at this hotel when we are in Vegas. It's not a big showy elaborate hotel like MGM or Caesar's or the others, so if that's what you are looking for, this won't suit you. But, we love it because it has the amenities we want - a coffee machine (!! - yes, those fancy Vegas hotels don't have that!!), a mini-frig, no parking fees, no resort fees. Plus, it is right on the Strip - step out the door and you are there! The Mirage Volcano is directly across the street. Their casino is small but their Rewards program is great. The rooms are decent size, small bathrooms but good showers, and the beds are comfortable. Due to COVID, rooms are only cleaned when requested but that suits us just fine. Again, it's not a fancy place but it is comfortable, in a great location, and a great value.

When checking in there was NO LINE walked right in got helped right away. Love that its small and easy going. Tina (front desk lady that checked us in) was amazing great smile helped with parking pass and making extra keys Manager is doing an amazing job with his team and crew there keep up all the great work and ill be staying again very soon!

A lot of people may not know about the Royale but its a fun little place to spend some hours gambling. Slots are pretty loose and the variety of games is quite good for the limited space here. Make sure you get a players card--the rewards are really good--earned nearly $100 in food comps in just a few days playing. Cocktail service is OUTSTANDING! Tip your server and she'll be around every 10-15 minutes to see if you're okay. Drinks are not too strong nor watered down. Bottled beer at the bar is $3--best deal on the Strip! They've done away with their table games--presumably due to Covid--but the table games were good--great craps and blackjack--hopefully it'll return. Rooms are recently remodeled but nothing too fancy....clean, comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Only drawback to the Royale is getting there--the entrance to the parking area is tucked between the buildings and unless you know it is there, you might drive around the block multiple times.

Casino Royale the best spot on the strip. Nice pool, the rooms are good size, cold AC. Great customer service, nice place to gamble and have a little fun. Walking distance to dining and other Strip Casino's. Outback Steakhouse, take the elevator or a short walk up the steps. Food court at the back of the Casino.

This little gem was one of the best deals on the Las Vegas Strip during the busy season. Rooms are clean and well managed. Check in was a breeze, check out was quick. I will return and spend more time in this hotel.

Why expensive hotels?? Unless it's your first date with someone. I used to check-in with my young family in a family-oriented hotels, tried expensive hotels too for experience. My first time here at Best Western - Center Strip last weekend. As part of the name implies (Center Strip), it's in the middle of actions, and walking distances to nearby huge hotels and restaurants. With free parking, no resort fee, are plus savings. If you are only using the room to take a little rest and retire for the night, this is the best I can recommend.

Front desk when coming in was extremely rude. Seemed as if we were bothering her when checking in. Shower was falling apart. Several transients followed us in to the hotel from the casino (you had to have a room key to access). We a transient smoking CRACK AT ONE OF THE SLOT MACHINES!!! Have no idea where any security was! We will never stay here again.

The hotel may not be glamorous but that is one of the best parts. It is what it is a hotel. The room was a good size bed was comfortable air and tv worked. The location was key you are smack dab in the heart of the strip. Plus NO RESORT FEE!! Thank you for that also

The property itself is a bit tired overall, but the value is there. The location right on the strip made the overall experience worth it. I would stay there again for the money. Make sure you get directions to the parking garage as it is hard to find on your first visit.

This place is an ABSOLUTE DUMP!!! Came here on business for a conference and the moment I walked in I wanted to puke. The best way I can describe it is grimey. It old and not well cleaned. Aside for shoddy service at check in, my safe not working and my toilet poorly flushing, my bathroom had hair that was not mine around the surround of the tub. I was there for 3 nights and it was never cleaned ( despite telling Allan at the front desk about it). As I was getting in the bed, I took my socks off and there was long blond hair stuck to my sock… again not my hair. Just all around filthy. Only thing going for it is the location.

Laurie did a wonderful job as always, our last stay Tina also did an amazing job with our EARLY check it. This time the manager or GM I forgot his name he came to our room fixed our remote and went above and beyond our expectations. The staff here are alway courteous and friendly making you want to stay over and over as we have :-) the BW Mobil app showed it was sold out but two different times they made special accommodations. The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of everything. If your not looking for anything fancy this is the place and when I say fancy I'm talking about resort, water slides etc. THIS is the place. The rooms are nice, great working order, the decor is updated the beds are comfortable and when you close the curtains it's really dark. You have to be careful because it can cause you to sleep in hahaha

Hubby and I had a wonderful stay here! Clean, and VERY safe. We were in room 135 and it was perfect! I felt safe here and in the small casino. No resort fees! Pool area was clean and also safe. Right across the street from the Mirage and within walking distance of Caesar's Palace! We will be back!

I've walked by the Casino Royale countless times in our previous Vegas trips and I know that I must've seen the Best Western signage but it never clicked. We even ate in the Outback restaurant upstairs and didn't realize there was actually a hotel there. Centrally located on the strip, making it very convenient for shows and attractions at the major casino/hotels. Across the street from Caesar's Palace and the Mirage. Very clean and surprisingly quiet. Small rooms, but since basically it's just for sleeping in the town that never sleeps, it is exactly what you need. Clean room, clean, comfortable bedding, clean bathroom. All in all, an outstanding place to stay. No resort fees and very affordable. Especially for the location. We've done the Paris and others on the strip before, stayed off-strip as well. This was the best place for us. We will definitely stay here again when we travel to Vegas.

Perfectly located in the center of the strip. Everything was very clean and the hallways and room did not smell like cigarettes or pot, which is a nice change from a lot of hotels in Vegas. A little hard to get in and out of since you can only get to the parking garage from the Strip, but we will definitely stay again our next trip!

Lots of street people in and out not very safe feeling. Spent the extra and went elsewhere if you can just mice on from this place. Parking not safe as well Passed out people in casino with security not worried about them.

I read previous reviews about the property and they are true (the parking garage is small, sketchy and smells like pee and the rooms are sorta in a back alley, though indoors hallway us accessed via keycard), but the pros outweigh the cons if you know what you're getting. Being right on the Strip is amazing. Access to many food options on property is great (I only ate ate Outback and got a drink at Fat Tuesday, but both had excellent service and food), no resort fee, good room rates (for Vegas) and less crowds are all worth it to me. Room was comfy and fridge was a definite plus.

Check in/out was super easy! Room was very clean, the a/c worked well (important after a day at the Grand Canyon). Bed was very comfy, casino downstairs along with food options and a Fat Tuesday. This was a quick trip and suited us well!

Pool was closed 3 days when we asked when it would be available we were told to just walk to a hotel next door and use the pool there (not a Best Western hotel) and if we didn't want to do that we could check out and find another hotel to stay at. The room smelt like smoke and you could hear every conversation the room next door was having like they were in the same room with you .

This motel is in a good location the rooms aren't to far from casino or strip the parking is a little confusing but other than that a descent motel on the strip centrally located across from the mirage

Our first impression walking into the Casino Royale was that it was very dark and kinda crowded. It gave me a weird feeling, but I brushed it off. We checked in (very short line) and it was fast, and then went to go to the guest rooms. There's a secured room-key entry door that leads to the guest rooms, which the keys we received never worked with it. (thankfully other people were with us). There were 4 floors and we were on 3rd, which was a very short walk compared to any other hotel in Vegas. When we got to the room it was very clean and quiet, and the layout of it was very convenient. It had a fridge to store food items but no microwave. Overall, the rates are well worth what you're getting. (No resort fees either!). I'd definitely consider staying here again when in Vegas due to the location and how well kept the rooms are. I also love the exterior of the hotel! Very aesthetically pleasing.

Location was excellent. On the strip within walking distance of most major sites, but back from the street noises far enough for a perfect night's sleep. Room had everything we needed except a microwave.

Extremely clean room(kudos to house keeping). Basic room with comfortable king bed, coffee maker, refrigerator, and large flat screen TV. No microwave. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Can't ask for more fore the price. One has to walk through the casino to get to the front desk.

Stayed for 3 nights. Good price for the location and the pool is clean, has towels, and 3 loungers only. Fitness center was still closed due to the Virus. Need to walk some distance to get Uber/Lyft back to LAS and the pickup point is NOT easy to find.

From check-in until check-out, it was a seamless experience. We had a suite that had a living area with two couches and a mini-fridge, a separate bedroom with a king-sized bed, and a beautiful bath with a jetted tub and separate large shower. Free parking and no resort fee were a rare find-- and very much appreciated. All the staff from housekeeping to front desk to the restaurant hosts and servers and bartenders all sought to make sure our anniversary stay was perfect. And it was. The convenient location was the icing on the cake.

We enjoyed our stay. The swimming pool was open which made the kids happy. That's always a Plus. The perfect place to stay and the hotel/casino is on the strip next to the Venetian and walking distance to the Fashion Show Mall.

Stayed one night. Small casino and restaurants. Rooms are sectioned off and separate from the casino. Nice clean rooms. Exceptional service. Thomas at the front desk went above and beyond to help me. Free parking, and no resort taxes. If you are a loyal BW member, I would highly recommend.

We were disappointed from this hotel. For front desk or to get to the building where rooms are, we had to go through their casino full of smokers, kids couldn't breathe in there. Ice machines and fitness center don't work as they say due to Covid, but it's not clear how it is related to Covid, because ice and fitness center worked in other BW hotels we stayed a few days earlier. Pool is very small, however it was a hot day and we had a late flight, so we asked to stay in the pool after check-out for a little. The front desk representative at check-out did not let us stay at the pool even that originally check-in representative promised this to us. Room is clean and location convenient, but expect a very simple hotel/motel.

We arrived at the casino at midnight. Unfortunately the hotel registration is located in the middle of the building, which means walking through the crowds and smoke filled casino. The first impression was bad, the casino itself and the adjacent hotel building look tired and scruffy. It was also quite dirty that night but by the morning some cleaning had been done. No complaints about the room which was of sufficient size and comfort or the tiny but functional bathroom. Both were spotlessly clean. BW provided white, soft towels; very good sheets, and a comfortable mattress assured a restful sleep. Parking the rental car was no problem. The parking garage was almost empty during our 4 nights stay. The best about this hotel is the location in the center of the action. It's wedged in between the Venetian and the Harrah's and across from the Mirage and Treasure Island. If they could clean up and modernize the general areas it could be an altogether enjoyable stay.

I stay regularly at both Best Western inns and Las Vegas hotels. I've probably stayed at most of the strip and downtown casino hotels by now. As a Best Western inn, it's fairly typical of other basic Best Western inns, minus the breakfast they give you at other Best Western inns. As a casino hotel, it's a couple of notches below a place like Bellagio. I wasn't sure if I should rate it as an inn or resort, so I'll just identify what I liked and disliked about the place. Liked: 1. Location. It's right on the strip. 2. No resort fee. What they advertise is actually what they charge. 3. Friendly check in. After he checked us inn, the desk clerk led us towards the elevator. He also let us check in early at no fee because we are diamond members. 4. Not huge. I've stayed at the really huge hotels like MGM and found that it seems to take forever to get to and from your room. It is much quicker to get to your room at this inn. Disliked 1. The location of our room. Room 200 that we were in was close to the Strip and faced Harrah's. It was noisy at night. If you're not the late-night party sort of person, ask for a room back away from the Strip where you may not hear all of the Strip noise. 2. Lack of meticulous attention to cleanliness. Our guest room windows were dirty. For the two days we were at the inn, the indoor stairway leading to our room had debris on it and also a slice of lemon that was never picked up. 3. Lighting in guest room. We would have preferred softer lighting. The bulbs gave off a harsh white light in both the bedroom and bathroom. 4. Wide wooden blind slats instead of darkening curtains. Light leaked through those slats. 5. Lack of hot tub. There was an outdoor pool, but no hot tub. Overall, the price we paid for the nights we stayed was fair and we got points for our stay.

This hotel is right on the strip, but still inexpensive and NO RESORT FEE! The rooms are fine, nothing special, but the location and value are excellent. I had a pickup with furniture loaded in the back. When I mentioned that, they suggested I park in the “check in only” spaces which are the highest traffic, most watched location to get added security. They truly did care about helping us out! We will be back! My wife, who hates Vegas, even liked the stay.

Worse hotel in Vegas you can stay. My wife and I stayed during valentines day weekend. We were asked to leave the first morning we were there due to our service dogs. Cause they were barking. And we had a very rude couple/family or individual next door to us. After we specifically requested to be put at the end of the hall way. We messaged the property a week in advanced to verify details about our service dogs. They were aware they were chihuahuas prior to our stay. Only after the complaints were made,they offered a room at the end of the hall. After the drama and embarrassment it wasn't worth taking a chance..After they came to our room door with security and had the security guard baby sit the door while we vacated the room. The manager that was on the clock that day verified not once but twice that I would be receiving my cash back given they placed the money on a hold. Once I was checked out and packed I went to retrieve my 316.08 and was told "oh it has to go back to the card" I have no cash available. How do you not have cash when you are a casino for god sake. Privately owned at that. From what I was told after I left and made my attempts to get my $ back. It's March 2nd and I'm still waiting for my money to be released from me. The bank stated that best western puts a 21day hold on funds in the event of charges. The hotel manager blames the bank. For not releasing the funds. When all it takes is a simple piece of paper to verify with the bank they are no longer charging. I will never stay at a best western again... I was embarrassed, disrespected, disappointed with customer service & care. Top it off my wife is pregnant at the time she was 12weeks along.

Where not sure what we would see when we checked in since we had read a couple of bad reviews of the property, but after checking we were very satisfied with all aspects of the property including the parking, front desk staff, cleanliness of the room, size of the room and direct access to the Strip. Don't know what happened to the couple of people that had put in a poor review, but we were very happy and definitely would stay there again. The small size of the facility also made it so easy to just go down the elevator right out the front door to the Strip. Great location, right across from Caesar's and ton's of affordable eating places within a couple minutes walk. Small casino, no frills but gave you more of the "old Las Vegas" feel. Room was probably the cleanest we have had for a long time.

I've been to Vegas many times and stays have ranged from motels (back in my college days) to higher end hotels as an adult. We chose this location as a last minute, day off arrival given the cost and central location of the property - which you really can't beat. The room was clean, they didn't charge for parking or a resort fee (not sure how they could since it is no where near resort level) and they had great customer service. But that's it for the good stuff. They rooms were small and walls were super thin. We heard every door slam, the water running upstairs and vacuuming. The AC unit also is a joke as it didn't work. On both nights our room got up to 77 degrees, when it was around 40s outside. So when you open the window to cool the room down, within minutes you're freezing. Our room also faced the alleyway which was loud due to service trucks. I would stay here again but only as a last resort.

Room was completely unusable and they need their franchise pulled. I went thru: -3 sets of keys -Security only being able to use their master key successfully 50% of the time - banging and shaking from the room next door and overhead until past midnight -the AC and circulating fan failing around 2AM and waking up to a broiling room at 300AM. -Front desk did not send somebody up, suggested I open the window to the lit alley way where *industrial* quantities of marijuana and other drugs were being smoked just below the window. -Front desk finally calling security to come and inspect the HVAC after the 3rd call and 20 minutes. They got the fan to turn on in neutral/fan only. -Another recirculating fan failure, and the *heat* coming on full blast. Would not shut off. - Finally, an hour and a half later(430AM), a standalone fan was brought up and the room HVAC disconnected -At 707AM, jolted awake by room shaking due to room next door. Security called. 15 min later, more shaking from the same room. Persisted until past 9AM. I paid for a room to sleep in without being disturbed, and I didn't get 3 hours continuous quiet the entire night. Front desk was told, and they offered 500 bonus points (about $0.50). I demanded they comp the room. This was well short of BW Plus standards for this PLATINUM member.

Great staff. Clean rooms and a great price. We were in the middle of everything on the strip. If we go back to Las Vegas we will definitely stay here again. It is also right next to a McDonald's which I loved lol

I've stayed in plenty of resorts on the strip, but particularly during the Covid restrictions, I would say that this was the BEST LOCATION FOR THE PRICE!!! A DEFINITE REUTRN!!! Service was impeccable!!!

I booked this Hotel because they said breakfast was supplied. It was not. Very disappointing. One of the staff said the next door Denny's would supply the breakfast. The Denny's staff didn't know anything about this.

Very clean, friendly staff, great location. Free parking and no resort fee. Just make sure and inquire about an incidentals hold. We were very pleasantly surprised about the quality of the hotel for the price. Great place to stay.

Best Western Plus is a plus. Whenever I travel I always look for and choose a BW plus. I've gotten lucky each time in Atl, TN and now Las Vegas. Great stays each time and very nice people, clean and affordable

As a Diamond Elite member and a Best Western employee I was very disappointed with the check-in process at this hotel the man that text me and was very rude and not friendly at all you didn't recognize the elite status or offer me the free play that is given by the casino you could definitely use some customer service training but he is an older gentleman so maybe that was why was my first time to Las Vegas and I was definitely disappointed with the hotel and itself and the customer service the room was clean I guess that was a good thing no ice machine no breakfast and the wifi only worked half the time

This was my 1st time in Vegas. Being I'm not a gambler, I just needed a place to stay for 1 night. This hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the strip, next door to restaurants & 15 minutes walk to the fountain show. There is free parking in the back of the hotel (parking lot or garage), the parking entrance is at the end of the building complex. The non-smoking room was decent, the bed was very comfortable but the heat on the a/c didn't warm the frigid room (it was 45 degrees outside). There was no microwave in the room, there is one located on the 1st floor where the vending machines are located. My room on the 3rd floor/pool view was quiet, until the sound of an outside bell chimed at the top of the hour. Note: Due to covid, your temperature will be checked (touchless thermometer) & when you are checking out, you must leave key cards in the room. You don't need to go to the reception, you can call from the room.

I stayed 3 nights as a base for a day trip to Death Valley. The room was very clean and the location is right on the center of the Strip. Best of all there was no resort fee. There is a casino at the hotel which I did not use.

We were there on November 9-10, 2020. The air condition/heating of all the rooms of the hotel are controlled by a centralized computer. We called the maintenance, but they were unable to overrun the setup, and they proposed instead to provide us with additional blankets!! Hence we had to cope with a room temperature between 69F and 72F. This was not our first stay in this hotel, but it will certainly be our last. We wonder how such a reputable brand as Best Western, can condone such a bizarre method.

This is a great hotel right in the center of everything. Check in was easy. The rooms were spotless clean. Staff was following Covid protocols. I felt very safe staying at his hotel. Rooms were secure.

This is an older hotel located center strip. It was great for an inexpensive stay for one night before flying out in the morning. Check in was prompt and the service great. The room on the other hand was just okay at best. It was clean and did have a fridge and coffee pot which is not common for rooms on the strip in Vegas. My complaint is the view we had. We had a ground floor room and it looked out into a kind of storage area with chairs piled all over. There was also trash scattered about and a homeless person was sleeping there in the morning. It was disgusting! Don't accept a ground floor room with this view. The place also had a constant smell of marijuana.

The room is what you'd expect from a Best Western. It was clean, modernly styled, and in a great location. The only knock on the place was the garage. The stairs were disgusting. When you park in the garage, just walk down the ramp. Hopefully, they'll clean that stairway up.

Great hotel. Great location. Not so good food available in the casino area. Everything else was great and we had a great time. Would definitely stay here again if I ever decided to go to Las Vegas again.

On our way home from the east coast we stopped in LV. We had enjoyed our prior stay at BW Casino Royale and it remains a good place to lay your head. The rooms are clean and spacious. I love its location and the fact there is no resort fee because, well, it's not a resort. Plus it won't take you forever to get your room from the sidewalk unlike the many massive casino-hotels where you have to walk a mile to get from the sidewalk to your actual room if not longer. Would definitely plan on staying here the next time.

We enjoyed our vacation! This is mainly because of the room. We spent the majority of our time in the room because we didnt leave until later in the evening. We enjoyed the casino as well. The only issue we had was the coffee maker didn't work. Overall? GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I will NEVER stay at this property again. There was a large party split between two rooms; one directly across the hall from us, and one a couple of rooms down from us. Every 60-90 minutes throughout the ENTIRE night there was VERY loud arguing, fighting, cursing, sexually explicit conversations, elicit drug use, and constant slamming of doors in the hallway immediately outside of our room. We called the front desk to have security address the issue on several occasions. On one occasion, the front desk clerk even said there was nothing she could do about it. However, each time the security guard came, he just told them to quiet down, and left... the issues NEVER stopped. I actually wanted to leave the hotel by the time that this activity hit the early morning hours; however, I could see and hear the crowd outside of my hotel room and did not feel safe opening the door. I never felt safe, and did not get any sleep.

I would give this hotel more than five stars if possible. I have never been so impressed by the people that work there. From the cocktail waitress who was super friendly and always checking to see if I needed anything, to the people that worked at the registration desk, I arrived before check in time but they put me in my room right away, I can't hear on a phone because of my cochlear implant and needed to call my bank, they made the call for me and always checking to see if I needed anything, then there was the morning floor manager, I kept having trouble getting my rewards card to work and he would come by all the time to check on me. My room was clean and very pleasant, I had a coffee machine and a small refrigerator and internet. I am and always will be impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the staff at the Casino Royale Best Western. You can't find this type of personal service in a large hotel, but you can find it at the Casino Royale!

I chose this hotel for the location. Centrally located and I was able to walk up and down the strip. Room was good...clean and comfortable. They provided vouchers to restaurants. The casino was spacious. This trip was days before the lockdowns and travel restrictions.

I didn't even know this hotel existed until this trip. It is quite hidden and easily missed but not anymore. It has a fantastic location and at least during Covid, it was super easy in and easy out. We actually timed how long it took us from the parking to the front desk and from the front desk to the room and each were under a minute which we loved! The room was clean and I loved that it had a coffee maker and fridge in the room! I will definitely be staying here again.

Everything about the hotel was great except the rock hard beds and flat pillows. Check in was a little slow as they only had one person checking people in. But have waited longer at bigger strip hotels. The staff was super friendly though. Room was very clean. Had a fridge and a view of the pool that we never made it to but looked nice. Decor in main areas a little outdated but besides the beds was a good place to stay with a great location.

Great place that is right on the Strip for a good price. Parking is free and is easy on and off Las Vegas Boulevard. The room was clean and comfortable. The check in staff was friendly and accommodating. I'd definitely stay here again!

Went here to find some cheap roulette and a $2 foot long hot dog. Did not disappoint. Only place I found on the strip with $1 roulette and hot dogs served until midnight. Be mindful of your surroundings, it's kind of like gambling in a big gas station.

This hotel is located on the strip, right in between the Harrah's & Venetian Hotel & casino's. The hotel has several restaurants on site. (Pizza Hut, Nathan's Hot Dogs, Subway, Dennys, & Outback steakhouse) There is a McDonald's, White Castle's, & Panda Express next door. Along with a 24 hr. Walgreens. So finding some grub isn't a problem. The parking lot area is private behind the property. And there is only 1 road to the parking lot. And its north bound on the Las Vegas Blvd. (AKA: Strip) it really wasn't a problem getting to it. Because traffic was light, but if traffic was heavy. Your gonna sit and wait awhile. The room a a bit small, but very clean. It features a nice size flat screen TV, (With a nice variety of channels) Small freg, Keurig coffee maker, alarm clock, many plugs to power your devices. The closet hides a safe, iron & ironing board. The beds are comfy, along with the pillows. But no microwave. Unfortunately, this property isn't allowing guests to use the ice machine, pool, or allowing housekeeping to clean your room. But if you need anything, call the front desk will bring your needed item to room. (Extra towels, shampoo, ect.) And knock on your door. But don't open the door, til their gone.(hotel policy) Due to the Corona Virus. And note: when you check in the security guard is called to take you temperature before you check in. Along with all you guest's. Another Covid-19 precaution. The casino has a nice variety of games, if you just want go play real quick, instead of roaming the strip. There is a bar in the middle of the casino. You not required to wear a mask while playing on the floor. But are encouraged to if you want. Hand disinfect stations are around the floor. I seen several people donning a mask. But social distancing was followed by patrons. Overall it's a decent property, but because of the Covid-19 precautions. The amenities made things inconvenient. But I understand their concerns. On keeping their staff & visitors safe.

Fantastic location, decor a little dated but room spotlessly clean. Coffee/tea machine replenished daily. Clean fluffy towels. Fabulous bar staff fantastic prices. Located in the middle of the strip opposite The Mirage and next to Venetian.

Awesome hotel & staff. From the time we showed up very late 4a.m. to the time we checked out the staff were wonderful. Very clean and right on the strip. WE'RE VERY SATISFIED ON OUR 4 NIGHTS STAY. 24 hrs restaurants are on the primacy. We did not hear any traffic from our room. The beds are comfortable, right on the strip. You can see the Mirage Volcano show from the Denny's restaurant up stairs with a nice view. Front desk people are excellent.

I chose this property primarily because of location to the nightly outdoor shows at nearby properties. Very handing a just a short walk across the street. Driving access is also very easy with the parking garage at rear. Room was very comfortable and clean. Bed/s were also quite comfortable. A number of choices for eating are either in the Casino or next door and there is also a Walgreen next door

Best place to stay to avoid the dreaded nightly resort fee that the other strip properties add onto stays. Pros - easy to find room and get down to casino. Has great eating options right on or next door to the property. You don't have to spend a bundle on food if you don't want too. Casino has fun up to date games. Excellent hotel lobby staff. Thank you for the easy check in and out! Room was basic, king bed overlooking McDonalds. Ample counter top, dryer in closet, safe, refrig, coffee pot, shampoo etc. It was perfect. Cons - hotel key didn't always work, needed to rekey a few times. Hotel is not smokey, but the casino is more smoke compared to the larger casinos. Breakfast is in Denny's with 25% off coupon, nothing on site except for subway (and it's not too good). Hard to find hotel lobby because you will enter in the back, walk through casino, head to left, and the lobby is toward the front. Guest room entrance is again through casino and head left more. Overall we are coming back, it's so worth staying here!

Mostly enjoyed our stay at the Casino Royale. Very affordably priced, and I loved not having to pay a resort fee upon check in. This place is located right across from the Mirage and right in between the Venetian and Harrahs, so perfect walking access to all of the action on the strip. Rooms are basic, but very clean. My complaint with this hotel lies with how early housekeeping starts cleaning the hall and rooms and VERY loudly. They were slamming doors and vacuuming the hall right outside of our room at barely after sunrise on a SUNDAY morning....we would have liked to have slept in past sunrise after being out all night.. This issue aside I would probably stay here again as it was a good value.

Stayed Here recently checked in for four days. Everything was great in till i checked out i had left behind a bag of Make up worth $100 bucks plus some glasses and once i reached the airport i called the hotel to inform them they said they let housekeeping know and were told they didn't find anything witch i know, i left it on the counter above the refrigerate. I work at a hotel also when i guest leaves a item behind i make sure they get so really disappointed in the customer service.

Great location, nice clean rooms, and easy check in. Inexpensive eats in the Casino or just a few steps away from other eateries (I enjoyed a meal at the White Castle). Can park your car and then just walk to everything, either up or down the Strip. Will stay again when in town.

Not best best we material. Small rooms. They only replace towels, coffee, etc and make the bed daily. No cleaning during stay. Heating/cooling system sucks, hotel and casino have become run down and bums are hanging around all over. It's a great location on the strip. Price is a little cheaper than Harrah's but not worth what you give up for that.

Arrived in Vegas just after midnight and took a cab from the airport $30 inc tip. Hotel is nestled in between Walgreens and McDonalds but parking is behind the hotel down a side street. You need to meander through the casino and the reception desk is located in a cubicle . Check in was a little painful as it was busy but the staff were friendly and quick. There is a door which is for guests only to get to the hotel rooms (via keycard). Rooms are pretty good, ours had a wet bar with fridge , coffee machine , safe, tv and the Usual suspect of an ice bucket!! Bathroom was adequate and well stocked. 2 double beds were comfy enough. All in all a great alternative to the big hotels. No breakfast is served but coupons for Denny's were given. Pizza Hut and Subway were on the premises. Didn't use any of the other facilities.

Not only was the staff exceptional but with 20 steps to the strip it was amazing! Rooms were totally quiet and clean and casino was just the right size! Bartenders were the best! I will tell everyone I know to stay here!

The location was great, close to a Walgreens a Denny's was also near by. The room was clean not spot clean but it was ok. The parking was also good we had no problems finding a spot. The staff was great

This hotel is very conveniently located right on the strip within walking distance of it all! We had a great time and the staff are excellent! Great prices and service. This is our go to place when we go to Vegas!

Quiet in your room and right on the center of the strip for any shows you want to attend. Great housekeeping staff, just ask if you need anything. Free parking and no resort fees are an added bonus. Denny's Outback and White Castle on site for quick food.

Had problems with keys at check in where we had to get keys twice to get into the room. A/C did not work very will with a difficult thermostat and no fan power. Tried to use BW Travel Cards at check out and the clerk was not happy to do it as she said they are hard to process

Smokey room. Hot water went away mid shower. A/C not working. Desk told me to open window but the noise made it hard to sleep. Closed window shut off heater and then the smoke smell started filtering into the room. Hot water went away half way thru shower.

The old Las Vegas on the Strip. Not sleek and stylish but room is quiet, clean and comfortable. It is close to everything on the strip. If you want a bed and shower/bath tub and aren't looking for all the extras this is the place.

This hotel is a great value. It is clean, comfortable and in the middle of everything. There is no resort fee which is wonderful. Parking was free. Honestly staying at one of the more expensive fancy hotels just didn't make sense to me. Oh and it was very quiet which was amazing.

We spent a little time at the Best Western while in Las Vegas. I was not as impressed with the Best Western casino. It was cramped and seemed dirty compared to some of the other larger hotels.still, they took our money as well as any other casino!

The Casino Royale has the touch of old Vegas (not retro, but it REALLY IS old school) and it does not have the artificial hubris (and co-located expensive glitz and fake quality) of nearby hotels who not only gouge with high room rates but then leaves you a last GOTCHA with an EXORBITANT "Resort Fee" which is just another fifty bucks a night surcharge - THAT THE CASINO ROYALE DOES NOT HAVE! That really burns my butt as that the "resort fee" seems to be the latest trend to sucker folks to hotels and then nail them as a parting gift. I would come back to Casino Royale as it was very adequate, had plenty of nearby locations for solid food and I didn't have to walk and walk and walk and walk to just get from mu room to the lobby. Given a choice I would stay here over ANY more time at the Venetian.

Your typical Best Western hotel, but situated on the Las Vegas Strip. It was very close to the Sands,which was where out convention was located. Room was small, but clean and the bed was very good. The shower had adequate pressure but could have used a bit more volume. Maid service was good and the Keurig worked well.

Clean room and very comfortable bed. Keurig coffee maker in the room. Felicia at check in was very friendly and ready to help, as she was last time we stayed at this Hotel. Thomas Martinez was very helpful every time we had a question or request and getting our luggage stored the last day while we were at a trade show. It is employees like Felicia and Thomas the ones that make a huge difference and want us to come back. That shows that customer service is number one at this property.

We were in Las Vegas for a professional conference. The location is superb. The parking is accessible and easy to reach from the guest rooms. The proximity to Denny's and the coupons provided allowed us to have breakfast conveniently and for a reasonable cost. By merely crossing the street, we were able to walk to the Forum shops at Caesar's;the Mirage and the Harrah's were both nearby. We would definitely plan to stay here again.

Top to bottom the best staff of any place I've ever stayed. These people actually care! They treat you like you are the only guest they have. I mean everyone. Management, front desk, bartenders and housekeeping. Seriously, it's the quality of the people that make this place real gem!

We had a blast. Our room was clean and the bed slept great. This is not advertised as the Bellagio so don't book if that's what you want, but it's a great value in the middle of the strip. Had a few good hits in the casino also! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Casino Royale for no resort fees.

Conveniently at the Strip and next to a Wahlgreens, the location doesn't get much better. Unlike many places in the Sin City, they've thought of soundproofing their rooms. Staff gave a warm welcome and personal service. Would expect better cleaning: made our bed but didn't change the bedding. Less unexpected; you'll have to navigate yourself through a Casino to get to the desk. Overall worth the $

This hotel is convenient to the strip and has a nice casino, but accessing the registration desk is very challenging. Parking is separated from the hotel, so in bad weather you're exposed. You can't independently heat or cool your individual room since the HVAC system is either on heat or cool for the whole hotel. Also, pretty noisy.

Walking along the strip was awesome and a short Uber everywhere else made our stay fantastic. We also love Denny's and it's right there! We would stay here again but for many more nights! Thank you for the great experience.

Spent Christmas here and it was delightful. There's a reason this hotel is traveler-rated higher than many 'prestigious' hotels on the strip. We were in a King room (311), and it was clean, attractive, spacious, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the fridge and Keurig coffee maker. The wifi reception was flawless. No one seems to have reviewed the fitness center off the pool deck, but it is quite respectable. A TV, a treadmill, 2 bikes, and an ingenious universal-style cable machine made by a company called Inflight Fitness that can hit pretty much every bodypart. Bottles of water are free from the refrigerator. We are Best Western fans anyway, but this hotel, with its friendly staff, is a gem, perfectly located in the middle of the Strip. Happy New Year to all the staff!

Very nice place for the price. Literally in the middle of the strip! Denny's is attached as is a very good White Castle and a Walgreen's. Super convenient. The rooms were clean, and in good condition. The bed was very comfortable but there are only 4 pillows and they will not give you any more! The mini fridge was not very cold, just a tiny step up from being turned off completely. Even though it was on high. Staff was friendly. Overall, we would stay there again.

If you don't like large casino hotel (limited amenity), this is one of very few remaining small hotel offering all you need, e.g., water, coffee, etc. Room very clean. Excellent location right by Venetian. Unlike large casino (we had bad experience of auto burglary), this hotel garage is very safe, only one entrance with security guard there 24h. The only pitfall is that the room size is very small, no comparison to larger and newer casino hotels nearby. Unless you book a suite room, I would recommend a King bed rather than 2 Queens, which you will find tight space remaining to walk.

The hotel is well located in the middle of the Strip, close to the Deuce bus station Harrah, neighboring a Walgreens and having several restaurants inside, including a great Steakhouse Outback. The hotel has only four floors and some 450 rooms; they offer free parking. Our room and bathroom were quiet, large and very clean; we had a refrigerator and a coffee-maker in the room, coffee and tea, good toiletries, excellent wifi. The reception was very kind and friendly. At check out we asked for a shuttle to the airport and the reception staff called it for us ($9 pp). We haven't been asked to pay any hidden resort fees; however at check in we had to deposit a $75 fee that was returned to us at check out. The hotel does not have/offer breakfast.

My son and l stayed at the casino royale September ,really good value, no resort fees,all staff very friendly,won some lost some,nice hotel right in centre of strip,cannot fault it at all.used uber for transport, excellent, half price of normal taxis. Travelled from England which we do often .the hotel made our stay worthwhile

Perfect location, excellent staff, great rooms! My boyfriend and I spent 3 crazy days in Vegas without stopping. This hotel was our rock and kept us from losing our minds. I don't know how they do it but it felt so quiet and secluded and separate from the bustle of the strip. We were pleasantly surprised about the quality of the room we received. Will definitely stay again the next time we're in town.

Tina at the front desk was fabulous! She took us to our floor and told us several key things, including how to leave without dragging luggage back thru the casino. Casino staff were very friendly and helpful too. Rooms are clean and visually pleasing.

As ever (we have been staying here for over 5 years) we loved everything about Casino Royale. Rooms are not huge but more than big enough for 2. Fridge and coffee maker in the room is a huge plus. Staff at reception are always helpful and friendly and make check in/out really easy. Love the selection of slots in the casino and it is not so large that we lose each other when we play different games, Special mention to the bar staff and waitresses who do a fantastic job and are always cheerful and friendly. $3 beers are also good!

Spent 4 nights. Check in was quick. Had an issue with the plumbing, fixed asap. Opened the window to get a breeze, could not believe the noise from the strip, shut the window, no noise. Fridge and coffee maker in the room. Right b/t the Linq and Harrahs. Could not be a better location. No resort fees as well.

The hotel was not what I expected for the price we paid. But it was clean, had decent emenities. The staff was awesome and very helpful. I liked the hotel but it was pricey for a strip Hotel in Vegas. I had other family members that paid a good price, much, much less. But that was because they purchase far in advance. I belive my price was high because I only booked 2 weeks in advance. But looking past price it was acceptable and clean. Free parking was a perk. Lots of places close by in walking distant. We were on the 2nd floor. Very quiet, my son was on the first floor which was close to the garage and a trash compactor. They complained of noise. Overall, I had a decent stay.

We enjoyed staying here. You can not go wrong with the price and the location. Parking was easy, internet works fine, clean and tidy. If you want the flash hotels then book elsewhere and pay alot more but we were happy with here and would stay again. Couldnt fault the location.

We are a family of four adults visiting from Australia. We are not big gamblers but came to vegas just for two nights as part of a larger holiday. I chose this hotel as I wanted location and value for money and that's what we got. The hotel is in the middle of the strip. It is attached to a ground floor large casino which my 21year old sons loved. We of course visited all the amazing flash places but for my guys they didn't want to spend 25 per bet. Our hotel has a roulette table where you can do one dollar bets! I would say that the staff working here and on the tables aren't very friendly. Right next door is the ticketing booth where you can buy all the shows for half the price. I wish I had waited. The room itself is older but clean and I booked a non smoking room and can smell NO smoke so that's a bonus. Beds are ok.Bathroom is ok. As I said value for money. We would stay here again it suited us.

I'm giving this hotel a 2 only for its location which is excellent. I'm a regular at Best Western Plus hotels and have never hated a place as much as this one. The parking garage and elevator were scary. We checked in only to be given $5 Denny's coupons in place of the breakfast buffet usually offered at every Best Western Plus I've ever stayed. The hallway to our room had people lurking and staring as well as being extremely humid and hot. We get to our room and it is also hot and humid. Humidity in the desert? My glasses actually fogged in the room! We were not able to get the room to cool down. The view was the loading dock and bags of garbage. The shower went from warm to cold and back again. Never did get hot water. The sink water smelled putrid and the beds seemed old as did the pillows which had an odor. The room was clean and the decor ok but nothing else was acceptable.

We were flying to Vegas for a long weekend. The only time we spend in the room is to sleep, so I really didn't want to pay the high rates of the big casinos. I found this hotel on hotels.com and it was a great price. I will say that it is a basic hotel, no glitz and glamour. That being said, it is right on the strip with access to everything. The rooms are average size but are very clean, which in my mind is all I need. We will definitely look into staying there again when we get to Vegas.

Great little hotel tucked in between Harrah's and Venetian, great staff, very helpful and kind. Great access to several quick restaurants. Right on the strip, great for walking around. Small casino, but lots packed into the space.

Driving here does mean coming down Las Vegas Boulevard and trying to cut across the foot traffic to get in. The car park has dedicated spaces for hotel guests, which is good. Check in was quick, but the downside is having to go through a smoky casino to get to it. If you are a non-smoker the casinos are bad news, but unavoidable. The room was clean, comfortable and despite being above the casino, didn't smell of cigarettes. Being close to the strip and being in a 24/7 hotel I was expecting a noisy night, but it was quiet and we had a good nights sleep. The shower was good, with decent quality towels and toiletries. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and unlike the mega hotels along the strip, you can be out of you room and on the strip in a couple of minutes. If we go back to Vegas would stay here.

It's a great spot right in the heart of Vegas on the strip. You can't beat the price for such a great location. It's small but has everything you need to have fun. That is our new stay place when we go to Vegas from now on!

The Best Western Plus Casino Royale is an economy Strip hotel and is located on Las Vegas Boulevard near the very center of the Las Vegas Strip. It is located just north of Harrah's and south of the Venetian. The Mirage is also just across the street and there is a convenient cross walk near the Casino Royale south door. The property has a small pool, but I could not find it using the hallway signs (not sure where it was but I gave up looking). I paid $175 for Friday night and $167 for Saturday night (no resort fees). This hotel is one of the few in Las Vegas that does not charge a resort fee. It is also one of the only hotels that charges you to use the room safe. I stayed in a Standard King Bed room for 2 nights with my wife in mid-October and did not have any issues. We picked this hotel for our weekend part of our stay since there were no resort fees and the rates were very reasonable. The weekend rates at other nearby properties were very high. I transferred to the Delano Hotel on Sunday night when their rates were more affordable. The check in process was annoying since they only had one older gentleman working the front desk (and he was very slow and deliberate). Not sure why they did not have more people working on a Friday night. Checking out was much easier since they had 2 clerks working. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The view from my room was bad as it looked directly at the large recycling area of Harrah's. This was not a big deal since I did not go to Vegas to sit in my room and look out the window. Overall, I thought this was a decent, economy Vegas Strip hotel and recommend it if you are looking to stay near the center of the Vegas Strip and want to save money. There is nothing fancy about this hotel and you should not stay here if you are looking for any pampering or first-class service. This property probably has the shortest walk from your hotel room to the Strip and I found this very helpful. I would stay here again.

Great amenities Very Clean Very comfy bed The check in desk was in the Very Noisy casino. This was the only drawback. We would stay here again. We arrived 2 hours early and were allowed to shed in early.

Casino Royal is a great place to stay in Las Vegas. It is center strip, between Harrahs and the Venetian, and across the street from the Mirage. We stay here every time we come to Las Vegas. It is a Best Western hotel.

With our latest trip to Las Vegas we wanted to be central on the strip but after 2 weeks travelling the budget was tight. The Casino Royal solved all our problems. While not having the glitz of some of the bigger hotels the location is great. Being central on the strip and surrounded by heaps of bars shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and tidy not much of a view but then we we were only in there to sleep. Bar prices were some of the cheapest we found and the staff were fantastic. Would highly recommend this hotel for a good reasonable priced stay in Las Vegas.

The Best Western Casino Royale is a perfect place in which to stay while visiting Las Vegas. It's located in the middle of the Strip, across from the Mirrage. There are fast food options, Subway, hot dogs, as well as an Outback in the building. The hotel is also close to many other restaurants that are located in Harrah's, the Venetian and the Mirrage. No resort fee helps the bottom line. Also, in the room there is a Keurig, allowing for a leisurely morning coffee.

After much searching on TripAdvisor, this is the place we chose. It has a great location in the middle of the strip, free parking, and unbelievably quiet for all the noise around. There's also no resort fee. If you're looking for a deal in Vegas, this is it.

We stayed at the casino royale for 6 nights. Fantastic location on the strip. There are no resort fees which makes it much cheaper than other hotels. The room we had was on the 3rd floor, beds were very comfortable, great pillows. The view wasn't that great, looking directly into the rubbish bay of Harrahs, where plenty of trucks were coming and going. But we aren't in the rooms for the view !! Check in and out was quick and easy although you have to go through the casino to get to reception. Plenty of restaurants to choose from within and around the hotel complex e.g. Denny's, McDonalds, the Steakhouse. Overall a great stay and comfortable rooms.

Rooms seemed newly painted, everything very nice. But the LOCATION was fabulous. You can be stand on the Strip right outside the front door, 2 minutes walk from the Venetian, across the street from the Mirage, which is right next to Caesar Palace.

Check in/out was fairly simple & straight forward. Told them I did not require maid service during my short stay. Maid cleaned room Sunday. I was not happy! Asked fora shower chair. They have 2 "handicapped rooms" with built in chairs. Sorry. I couldn't take a shower all weekend. Had to 'sponge bathe' in bathroom sink. Saturday, the water would not heat up! The front guest room elevator is in a tight corner. Tight squeeze! Over all I would not go back, thanks. Preferred my stay in 2018 @ the 4Queens!

Perfect location, right in the middle of the strip, with the price tag of a hotel 3 blocks off the strip. Just a few steps through the casino (grab a $3 beer on the way through) and you're right in the middle of the action. Free parking and no resort fees!! Highly recommended

Good value with no extra charges. Room was nice and clean and we had no noise issues. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. You get a discount voucher for Denny's which we used for breakfast and it was huge and really good.

Have stayed at the Casino Royale 4 times now and it is the best value on the Strip, The rooms are clean comfortable and with no resort tax and being able to access the t Strip in just a few minutes instead of 20 mins at some of the big casinos it's just so convenient. There is a pool and business centre and the front desk staff are extremely helpful, wouldn't stay anywhere else..

Surrounded by large, newer casino/hotels, this small, older casino was amazing. Our room on the third floor was very nice and amazingly quiet. It was so busy and noisy on the street and inside the casino but the hotel part was quiet. Interesting old-time casino look on the outside.

I can't say enough positive things about the BW Plus Casino Royale! My first time in Vegas. Came for conference at the Mirage. We had a double, mobility accessible room. It may have been one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever been in! During check in, we were walked to the rooms entrance, as the registration area is in the middle of the casino. Everyone was so helpful & friendly. The Casino Royale is awesomely located about mid strip so u can walk either direction & find lots of landmark casinos. I don't gamble so I can't really comment on casino, though it didn't seem as big as some of the others. However, this is a wonderful launching point. Our room was nicely decorated, pillows & bed very cozy, & VERY clean! 1 day we came back to a cleaned room & a can of granite cleaner was left beside my hairspray, as it blended in with my other things. This let's me know that they do thorough cleanings even DURING ur stay! Are there more expensive, posher places to stay? Sure there are but if u want a comfortable, well maintained, price conscious, & immaculate place in the middle of the action to stay, you've found it!! Drinks & snack machines SOOOOO REASONABLY priced!! Kudos to management, as this type of care & hospitality starts with them. Double bed accessible room pros (room 102): * adjustable hand held shower, perfect for all heights * lighting for makeup & hair was awesome * granite counter tops * grab bars both sides of toilet & all around tub * small refrigerator in room * keurig coffee * room darkening plantation shutters * directly beside room with drink & snack machines & microwaves Cons: * no microwaves in rooms, must go to snack area to use one * tub with fold down transfer bench - no roll in shower rooms * if paralyzed & need transfer assist, probably not going to be able to get in tub * area between toilet & tub entrance not big I think it might be safe to assume I would definitely stay here again!

If you plan to spend a few days in Las Vegas in the thick of things, but do not want to pay the prices of Excalibur, Caesars Palace, Luxor, etc., then Best Western Plus Casino Royale is a great choice: a decent hotel, while still at Strip.

Thirty four days until our annual anniversary trip. Fifty three this year. Booked a room with Thomas last week. Can't wait to see him, Alan, Sharon, Tina, Ilsa my friend Reggie and all the crew. We,ve stayed here for years. Tried some of the big hotels but this is our hotel. See ya soon.

stayed here for a week 19/09 and cant fault the place,nice large room cleaned everyday if required ,staff very pleasant helpful and approachable particularly front desk,the room comes complete with FREE wifi,fridge,safe,iron/board and to top it off no resort fees,we had family staying at the more glamorous mirage and mgm and they were gobsmacked at what we got for our buck as they didnt even have a tea maker,the beds were very comfortable and must admit sleep quality was very good,its location is excellenet for getting about with eateris on site and on each side inc maccies,would highly reccommend dennys next door,

50th birthday week brilliant hotel rooms are lovely spotless clean, tea & coffee in room every day replenished, the pool area although small is again spotless clean and towels at the poolside a lovely touch for guests

Brillant little hotel on the strip has everything you need without the rip off resort fees the larger casinos charge, outback steakhouse was great and so close to other casinos if you want to try your luck elsewhere.

Very nice spacious room, clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water. Perfectly located on the Strip for the attractions of Las Vegas. Good car parking availability. Although we didn't use it there is a swimming pool. Downsides - The walk from the car park through the casino to check in was a pain. "Mature" talking loudly in the corridor or letting their doors slam shut during the night and in the morning.

This was my first ( husbands 3rd) trip to Las Vegas. We were very happy with our choice of hotel. Located in the centre of the Las Vegas strip directly across from the Mirage. This hotel is quiet ( we were on the 3rd floor and faced the inside courtyard), clean, spacious, safe, secure and comfortable. We had a fridge in our room, free wifi ( worked great!), free use of an in-room safe and a relaxing outdoor pool area. The staff were friendly. No breakfast included however McDonalds was right next door and the hotel offered discount vouchers for Denny's. Bus stop to reach the old town was conveniently located right outside the door. This hotel was very reasonably priced with no resort fees which made it affordable. If visiting Las Vegas again in future, we would definitely stay here again as well as highly recommend.

Its really hard to rate this hotel, it does nothing wrong, in fact it does a lot of things well but should it be given 5 stars because you can park for free and there are no hidden resort fees to pay when you check out. On the other hand should it be down marked that much because it is not jaw dropping as you walk through its reception, only visitors themselves can decide. We had 4 nights in here 19-22 September. We found the car parking and checking in easy and after this we needn't have stepped into the casino had we wished. Our room was located in the adjacent building next to the casino which had its own separate entrance and could of walked through the drop off point of car park on to the strip if we choose. The facilities in the room which was clean and maintained every day had iron, coffee machine, fridge and acceptable bathroom. For those unfamiliar with Vegas hotels it should be known that you can wander into any of the big glitzy hotels without being challenged to view their glorious features, you can even use most of their facilities subject to one off fee that is much less than the extra cost of sleeping there. the casino in the best western hotel offers gaming at roulette and craps at 1/2 minimum stakes than most on the strip which is great if you just want to dapple because your in the gaming capital of the world and are not a high roller with thousands to lose. The drinks bought here are also amongst the cheapest to be found on the strip. The adverse effect of cheap or free drinks is that sometimes tables could be occupied by free spirited louder customers partying meaning game play was not always as fluent or taken seriously as the higher priced tables at other casino's we visited. The pool at the hotel was clean but small and not visually pleasing but was not used much by guests so we had no problems finding sunbeds and was one of the few places around(this includes the posh hotels) where you couldn't hear the continuous noise from slot machines. The location of this hotel is a good as any in the strip with the benefit of not having a potential 15-20 minute walk from your room to the outside world or to use some of the hotels facilities. During our 4 days we Walked around Caesars Palace, The Venetian, The Mirage and the Bellagio witnessing all their wondrous attributes and returned to the relative piece and quiet of our room for bedtime or last drinks. We enjoyed our stay at the Casino Royale(party of six) and I don't believe I would have enjoyed my time in Vegas anymore had I stumped up the extra to stay in one of the iconic hotels near by (perhaps I should have given it a *4* ?)

This is most definitely the place to stay on the strip, as a regular visitor to Vegas we have stayed in numerous hotels on the strip, including NYNY and the Bellagio, casino Royale is by far my favourite - excellent value for money and no resort fees!! The rooms were spotlessly clean, towels changed daily, bedding changed upon request, fridge and coffee maker in the room! The rooms were spacious and had everything you need for a week in sin city! We used the pool a couple of times, no issues getting sun beds or towels. I read couple of reviews you could smell smoke from the casino in the rooms, we never had this problem in any of our 3 rooms! Excellent value for money and will most definitely stay at Casino Royale again!!

The location of the hotel is by far the best thing about it. Fairly basic, no frills rooms and facilities and a small casino but right in the middle of all the best bits of the strip and was a good price. Had quiet nights sleep there and really appreciated how close to everything it was. If you're just going to sleep there, it's a bargain hotel in a great location.

Modern, clean and well equipped room. Quiet as requested which isn't easy in Vegas!. Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable king size bed. A coffee machine which was easy to work!. Nice bathroom so all made for a relaxing oasis right in the middle of the Strip. Easy and FREE car parking.

Stayed here 14th-21st september, budget hotel right in the middle of the strip, bit dated basic but clean. Only has a small pool but wasnt very busy so we always got a sun bed. would definitely return to this hotel, plus theres no resort fees.

The location is fantastic we just loved that u can walk out the door and your bang in the middle of the action of the strip. Also it's not crazy large like some places so you don't have to walk for miles to reach your room, a massive bonus. Our room was floor 2 near the lift, we were not expecting much after some of the reviews here but were so pleasantly surprised!! Room was large with comfortable bed and room appears to have been recently refurbished .very clean bathroom & bedroom.. the linen very clean and white fluffy towels and good decor. Ok not any amazing views but who cares! you only sleep there, walk outside to see the Vegas views. There is a good size fridge a coffee maker , both a big bonus too. Great car parking right outside and FREE !! And very easily accessed and we had no trouble with it, we could understand some of the negative reviews about it on here!!! It was amazing. I would stay here every time.!! Oh did I mention it'd so cheap and no resort fees !! we booked many months in advance and couldn't believe the brilliant price we got ! I would seriously recommend this hotel if you are looking for value for money and a great location on the strip near all the action. So central! If you want luxury and opulence book the Bellagio! But be prepared to pay a lot lot more!!! We'll definitely be back here we just couldn't fault a thing! The best!!!

Stayed at this hotel many times before and may do again.. Access to the parking lot at the rear always a challenge with the strip pedestrians.. felt like I needed a big 4x4 :) rather than my Full size hyundai sonata.. Checkin within the Casio is a little meh.. smokey and the the only time I was in the casino. The checkin staff were friendly however slighly questionable as one of them hummed 'god save the queen' to the lady checking us in.. not sure because we were british or because we were two guys checking in.. I chuckled either way.. however some might not.. Room was on the 1st floor as requested and as expected and exactly the same as our last stay around 1 year ago. No resort fees, no parking fees etc as expected. 1 minute walk to the strip, 1 minute walk to the parking lot, 10 minute drive to a walmart to stock up on necessities. I always tip housekeeping when leaving in the morning to get my room turned around asap to ensure its ready for my return, the housekeeping staff here speak good english and this worked well for me. All good as usual.

The room was small but comfortable enough for a heavy tourist destination like Las Vegas. But the front office is right in the middle of a casino and it was chaotic. We were traveling with a young kid and it was not a great environment. Otherwise it was a great location, close to all the attractions

Stayed for a few days to explore the strip - perfect location close to Bellagio and Caesar Palace. The room was basic, and would def choose a king bed next time as the double was snug for 2 of us. Hotel had pool, Coffee making etc but no brek. Avoid the Denny's next door - chaotic in the mornings and nasty food! Check in was slow and staff not very friendly at reception.

We loved the location of this hotel, the room they gave us was well appointed and spacious enough, spotlessly clean as well. Security was discreet but effective- access to rooms was by using your room key card to open an automatic door to the accommodation. You have to walk through the entire casino to get to reception but this has been said before. We just used the corner entrance at the front next to McDonalds after that and that was because we weren't there to gamble, and that was fine. The vouchers for Denny's that we were given enabled us to have a great breakfast every day- so much food that most days we forgot about lunch! Front of hotel looks directly at Mirage volcano- a must see at least once or twice during a stay in Vegas as well as the Bellagio fountain, also a short walk away! Everything else that has been said before about this hotel is true- no resort fees, but we were asked to register a bank card in case of damage to the room, was a bit of a surprise at $25 per day but we were assured it will be refunded. Tips for Vegas It gets hot there! Loose clothing recommended, drink plenty of water! Do some research before you go- so much to do and see, a little planning will go a long way! Take a day away from the strip to visit the Grand Canyon- we did South Rim and Hoover Dam- 14 hours, 600 miles but worth it!! Use The Deuce/SDX bus -$6 for 2 hour bus ticket, $8 for 24 hours! The Strip is longer than you think. Visit the LV sign (using SDX bus)and tip the resident photographer a few dollars to take your photo, but go as soon as the bus starts running at 9am as it gets busy and there is NO shade!! Won't spoil the surprise but the resort hotels have much more than eateries, shops and gambling! Check out The Forum at Caesars and the back garden of the Mirage and the Flamingo too!! Perfect to escape to- so OTT, but what a place!!

I might be a bit of a picky customer when it comes to hotels. I have to say this was one of the best staying ever. We arrived after a long flight late in the evening. We were welcomed by the most adorrable lady at the reception, Tina, who was soo nice and patient with us. I could not remember the price we booked, what card we used for reservation, but she helped us in clearing up all the details and provided needed info for our staying. We received a map, some coupons to use in the restaurants close to the hotel. Well thought from the management!. The room was very clean and spacious enough, impecable sheets, towels, nice bathing products The hotel is right on the Strip. We had a short staying but for sure we'll take the same place next time. Best choice ever for us!!

The hotel is located right in the middle of all the major casino's without having to pay the resort fee. Rooms were very clean and modern. Staff cleaned and serviced the room daily and did an excellent job. Beds were very comfortable. Very quiet as were on the 4th floor. Had business center with 3 computers to print our boarding passes.Would highly recommend anyone visiting Las Vegas consider this excellent location.

This place is awesome. Loved it. Great location. No resort fees. Each room had a fridge and coffee maker and on the first floor were 2 microwaves. Loved how easy it was to get to the strip and you didn't need to go through the casino. The pool was perfect. Highly recommended staying here.

Finally got parking lot security ! KUDOS.... We felt much safer and more relaxed than last time. Perfect location spot right across the street from the Mirage and next to the Venetian and Harrahs. And we can't forget to mention they have a Fat Tuesdays right outside the lobby area. However, the casino area could use some updating. Bathrooms in the casino were pretty dirty and the casino kinda smells funky but the hotel area was fine. They have rooms that are small but they have everything you need and their beds are very comfortable. Not there that much anyway, just a place to sleep and clean up. Love this place and will be back again next year !

Room was not fancy, but very satisfactory and price was better than most. Best of all, NO Las Vegas RIP-OFF resort fee. Front desk and room cleaners were very friendly and accommodating. Best location on Strip because of immediate exit to sidewalk without having to walk 1/2 mile from your room to the sidewalk like in other hotels. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. FREE Parking too! Very practical, not fancy but clean and served the purpose well.

The entire place including corridors & hotel rooms smell very, very bad. I tried moving rooms but they were the same. Do not expect a good experience if you are looking to stay here. It is not a hotel, it is a bunker of a motel at the back of an old, stinky casino. The A/C and bathroom fans were very loud, and the bathroom had cracked tiles. There will be no view at all beyond a car park. Mainly though there's the smell. I checked in late, so spent one night of terrible sleep & moved to another hotel. The staff were very nice though.

All Blackjack tables are “ Free Bet “ Blackjack where Blackjack pays 6 to 5, Dealer hits on soft 17, and unbelievably dealer gets a PUSH on 22. Just walk in the place, give them your $ and don't waste your time trying to beat that rigged game. Thought I'd relax a little and spend a little time at the Roulette table. Didn't stay long because they were allowing a woman who, to put it mildly, was obviously intoxicated to play . Normally I wouldn't care except that she was obnoxiously loud and yelling straight into my right ear. All in all, just a classless casino to stay away from.

This is an excellent all around hotel. Located centrally on the strip and near all the major attractions. At a super reasonable price relative to those close by.. easy pickup for all tours services close by as well. Great king size bed that was very comfortable. Only downfall is the water pressure and the showerhead in the bathroom. This was sub par at best

The best hotel stay ever. The manager Tomas is great as well as Laurie and Reggie at the front desk. We arrived early and they made sure we got in a room. It was my bday and they made it great. Great location great rooms and great staff. Right in the heart of vegas. I will stay here every time I come to Vegas. Thanks again for the hospitality.

This hotel was located right in the middle of everything. And the prices were great on everything. ATM, drinks, gambling, food, and accommodations. The hotel was very clean and the staff is very nice.

This hotel is perfectly placed in the middle of the strip. It's right next to the venetian, across road from the volcano show and easy walking distance to the Bellagio for the fountains. There is a Walgreens next to casino which has good food and supplies. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is a pool and a small gym which has adequate equipment. Would definitely stay again, even though its right on the strip the hotel rooms are behind the casino so its quiet.

I was pleasantly surprised. Small hotel and casino compared to most on the strip, but the rooms were very nice with a little wet bar area. Customer service was top notch and the hotel is very conveniently located. Parking was close to the back entrance and the best part is that it was free. I would definitely recommend this Best Western.

We really liked this location, so close and basically within walking distance to everything. Front desk staff is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfy and all one needs for a Vegas getaway. No resort fees - definite plus. We enjoyed meeting Mark the bartender, so nice and he WILL remember you every time as well as your favorite beverage, best waitress was, hands down, Nia. The casino is a bit old with limited selection but this is a great hotel for a home base when you explore Vegas. If you don't want to break the bank for a nice/clean place to crash, this is it.

This hotel was well placed for the attractions on the Strip. It is in the middle of the Strip, just a short walk to the Belagio Hotel and other attractions. The staff were very friendly. We once missed the daily visit of the housekeeping. Reception followed this up leaving a message on our room phone, saying if there was anything we needed, to contact the reception.

Based on other reviews we chose to stay at Casino Royale because of the location and NO RESORT FEES! We are glad we did. If you rather spend money on activities and dining instead of f a room that you only sleep and shower in, this is the place for you!

This is located right in the middle of the strip which was great. The rooms were clean, spacious, quiet and even had a fridge (which can be hard to find). The staff were friendly and helpful. The casino bar sells $3 beers and there is plenty of good eating options within a block walk. They do not charge a "resort fee" like a lot of the others and have free parking and wifi.

Such a great location and nice people to interact with. very nice housekeeping and clean rooms makes for a enjoyable stay. Entrance is a little hairy but once there it's a good time. Also visit the bar nice people to serve you up a good drink!!

My stay at the Best Western plus casino Royale off of Las Vegas boulevard in Las Vegas was awesome. The stay was comfortable nice and clean. The staff was friendly helpful and funny. Most of all there was no noise in the hallways of the motel and there was really no smoking that bothered me. I love where the location sets and I will recommend anyone to visit this location. I will be definitely visiting them again...

We loved our stay at this hotel, everything was close by, the atmosphere was excellent...close to the airport....there was a bit of confusion with the Uber pick up point but once we figured it out it was all good

Great location, no resort fees, located in the middle of the strip, within walking distance to food, has a great pool area to relax during the day. Outback Steakhouse upstairs, staff very friendly and any issues are dealt with within minutes, has business room, vending machine and ice machine. Rooms on left side would be better as rooms on right side look down on the loading docks of other casinos.

Rooms were upgraded and very clean. There was no breakfast or any type of voucher. The lobby stank like smoke because it was attached to the casino. There was also no microwave in room--only 2 down on the first floor. Parking was free and very helpful

The Best Western Plus Casino Royale was stationed right in the middle of the strip so you had access to all the hotels and could walk 30 minutes in each direction to see all the action. Please note they do not serve breakfast as all other Best Western hotels do but there is a Denny's or White Castle in the immediate vicinity as is a Walgreen Store. They provide a refrigerator but not a microwave - so if you need one ask before hand. We drove and parked our car in the parking garage for our stay with no problems. Comfy room enjoyable vacation.

Picked this place because of the price and it's central location and the fact it as no resort fees so the price what you see is the price you pay . Good 3 star accommodation in the middle of the strip . Low stakes casino downstairs if that's your thing . Small pool area out back which was good and bottled beer only $3 a bottle which is very cheap for the central strip area . Paid $9 a bottle at the Paris hotel further down the strip to give you a idea

I booked this hotel because it had a central location and did not have any additional resort, parking or internet fees added on to the room fee and we were just passing through for the night. Big mistake. The hotel parking is NOT secure. It is behind the casino and is in a non gated, no security garage. The garage elevator was broken so we had to go down a dirty, dark, scary stairwell that had a full trash bag broken and spewing food all over the stairwell. We went back to retrieve something from the car an hour later and there was a group of methed out gangstas yelling , screaming obscenities, talking trash roaming all over the garage. They finally peeled out in two cars burning rubber and we noticed neither car had back plates so we wondered if they were boosting cars. The access to the Hotel room is off an alley/driveway and back parking lot behind the Casino that has sketchy looking characters hanging out at all hours. I would not feel safe at all staying here if I hadn't been with my husband. The Hotel looks like a total dump from the exterior but I will say the room itself was clean and the linens were OK. If you are an adventurous person who carries a handgun, is interested in scoring some good drugs or perhaps meeting some alternative characters you might enjoy staying here. Otherwise take my advise and pay the extra bucks to stay in a nicer more secure Hotel.

In the middle of the strip a great place to spend a couple of nights exploring Las Vegas. Rooms are comfortable and clean, Hairdryer, fridge, coffee maker and TV. Pool for guest use and multi story car park. Reception in the middle of the gaming hall which is pretty noisy. Mac Donald's right next doo, Outback steak house on site, Walgreens just down the road. Dinner at Gilleys is substantial but it's Las Vegas so nothing is cheap. Paris hotel, Bellagio and Venitian worth a visit, but be careful in Caesar's Palace it's huge and it's easy to get disoriented. First and last trip here - Vegas is like marmite love it or hate it.

Hotel is well located, room was very clean and everything worked perfectly we loved the bed and the comforter there's a walgreens right beside and so many options to eat last time I stayed at Stratosphere which is also Best Western but this time was much better ! it's on the right spot

Stayed june 9 to13 in room 336..this was a quiet room at end of hall overlooking ally between casino royals and Harrah...no view but crazy quiet given mid strip location! Comfy bed..cold fridge..great housekeeping! This is not a fancy resort All the things I love about this place are well known- no resort fees, free parking, great location! ( Vegas is quite easy to navigate by car and opens up a world more of things to do) Really appreciate the Denny's coupons given on check in. Tixfortonite is right outside doors..fat Tuesday's also right on street side ( they really will fill any cup..I had my wahlburgers one refilled) One thing I did miss over my previous visits was the tshirt/ souvenir stand is gone. We will certainly be back and if you would rather spend your money on activities rather than fees and parking..this place us for you!

Our suite was very roomy, comfortable, and very clean. If you don't go to Las Vegas to swim on the resorts, you will love this, I did! No resort fees and center of the strip. I will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed in room 329 on the third floor. Despite overlooking the car park entrance this was very quiet. Very comfortable beds, husband wanted to bring the pillows home! Very clean. Loved having a coffee maker in the room, but no milk or creamer supplied. Having a fridge and ice bucket was great, ice machine nearby. The only issue was the keycards for the door which kept cutting out so it could take a few tries to get through the door from the casino and then again to open the room door. We changed them at reception but it kept happening. We booked the room through booking.com 7 months before our stay at a great rate and as Casino Royale doesn't charge resort fees we were very happy as the price had doubled online by the time we arrived. Excellent location right on the Strip! If you want to watch the Volcano at the Mirage, don't stand outside Casino Royale as the trour buses pull up right in front and block your view so make sure you cross the Strip Your nearest ATM is right next door in Walgreens and charges $6 per transaction. The cheapest we found were in Fashion Show mall at $4. Reception gave us 25% off coupons for Dennys too. Would definitely book here again. Worth joining the membership scheme at the casino as you get your first $20 back if you lose. You can't cash it in but you can use it to play the slots and then hopefully cash out any winnings, which we did.

Staff are so friendly especially Mark.Prices are fantastic and not a smoky atmosphere.we always drop in and have been regular customers for years.They serve great cocktails too.Some fast food outlets on the property too

Unless you are a high roller, this is the place to stay. It is in the middle of the strip, across from the Mirage. Odd layout in that the desk is on one side in the casino, and the rooms in another building. So what, room was clean, quiet, secure. It is not a suite, but it was cheap and comfortable. You can walk anywhere from this location. Parking was free in a secure garage. Exit to the street if you don't want to navigate casino.

This was our first trip to Las Vegas and we chose this hotel for (a). It's location on the strip. Right in the centre and very handy for getting to all the other attractions, and (b) The great value. This was the only hotel we could find that did NOT charge a resort fee. The room was very comfortable and well equipped and was always well maintained. If we come back to Vegas we will definitely be staying at the Casino Royale again

If you want a clean , extremely well located hotel that doesn't cost an arm and a leg then this is it . No resort fees mean there are no nasty surprises at the end of your stay which in Vegas is a giant plus. The rooms are well away from the casino floor and we heard zero sounds from it . Towels were changed daily and the cleaners actually cleaned your room and didn't just move things around. The room has everything you need so all in all a little gem of a hotel that could teach it's bigger more prestigious neighbours a thing or two.

Our group of three friends booked this hotel well in advance so got a great price for this hotel. Amazing location - right in the middle of the strip near the Bellagio and the Venetian and lots of other casinos. Right next door to Walgreens, Denny's, McDonalds, Chipotle and many more. 24 hour casino like lots of the hotels. Subway, Pizza Hut, hot dogs, bar, Fat Tuesdays and Ben & Jerrys all on site. Cheap and cheerful! The casino seemed a little more relaxed than more of the big name casinos also. Also there's a place right outside to buy discounted show tickets. The room was a good size, housekeeping daily and a safe in the room. We had no noise problems in the room. The air con is a little noisy. I'm not sure if the myth of pumping oxygen into the rooms is true but we didn't get an awful lot of sleep so I'm not sure if it was the oxygen or just the Vegas buzz!

I will enjoyed by stay. Staff were very friendly n helpful. Room is extremely quiet and all the facilities were up to the mark. Internet was amazing, room was clean and daily atleast 1-2 times room boy was following up if there is any thing required. Overall amazing experience.

This was our first stay at the Best Western casino Royale and was our best stay in Vegas in. 5 visits, Checkin was easy and we had an early arrival room was very good with coffee maker and fridge. We had good nights sleep as room was quiet on 2nd floor. They stored our bags until we had to leave. Could not fault would stay again for the price it is good value and service

Great Value for a Las Vegas Trip hotel. Free parking!! The rooms were clean and quiet, but a little dated. Nice pool, and was really private. Nice small casino, they have a really good players club, it was worth signing up for.

Arrived and staff very welcoming , room was what we expected and very comfortable and served its purpose well. Excellent location and onsite facilities, pool was a little smaller than expected. No resort fees , bonus !

Casino Royale is located towards one end of of the strip, with good access to other properties. We used Uber a lot to get around, and found we have to walk through the next door property, Harrah's, for pickup. That's a minor inconvenience except when checking out with luggage. The hotel doesn't have a real lobby or any other quiet common area, just a million slot machines and a small front desk tucked away. But that's Vegas! There's no breakfast. Instead we were given discount vouchers to Denny's next door. When we went to get breakfast the queue was a half an hour wait, so we gave up on that idea. There are no places to get decent food on the property, only junk to go. The room was comfortable and quiet, so no real complaints there (the shower head could do with some maintenance). The staff were friendly and helpful witha couple of very minor requests.

Great hotel, great location in the centre of the strip. Rooms spacious and clean, and coffee machine provided. Staff welcoming and helpful. Anything you want to see or do in Las Vegas easily accessible on foot from this hotel. Although the rooms are located above the casino there was no noise disturbance. Parking available, just had to request a permit from reception. Pool rather small but clean and tidy. We had a wonderful stay, and would highly recommend this hotel.

Fast check in and a warm welcome from friendly and attentive staff at front desk which is located through the casino area, rooms were freshly maintained and spacious. This hotel is in a excellent location on the strip. Good breakfast options in eateries beside the hotel which will suit any budget. I like this hotel is not big. It means no dragging of luggage to high floors or through lobbies of the bigger hotels, the pool was quiet despite being next to the strip and spotless clean with fresh towels and new seating and sunbeds to beds. This would be my choice every time I were in Vegas. A bargain price with no hidden charges or fees. We had a comfortable stay.

My husband and I and another couple stayed here for 4 nights during March and we were amazed. We had a twin room and our friends had a king room and we were literally 30 seconds from the strip. We didn't even have to get in a lift but there is one so you don't have to struggle with your luggage but once you have unpacked access to the strip is great. The room was clean, spacious enough for Vegas and the beds were very comfy. The fridge in the room made it easy for us to have a few drinks which we purchased from Walgreen's which is next door. Walgreen's was also handy for snacks and fruit. Check in was was super easy and quick with no waiting and on check out the staff were kind enough to call a taxi at 5am that was large enough for our party and all our luggage. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfy clean room without any resort fee's that is very handy location on the Strip. We can't wait to return! the hotel is ideally located in the centre of all action on the strip! lots of bars and restaurants nearby and walking distance to all major casinos. Venetian is right next door and mirage is just across the street. a pharmacy right next door is also useful. a good steakhouse and a cheap and good diner right above the casino. the reception is in the middle of the casino which can be a bit confusing in the beginning. Rooms were neat and tidy. However, the roof seemed thin as i could hear people walking above. Overall good experience and excellent value for money. Would definitely stay here again!

We got a great deal through Booking.com for 2x nights, the room was very spacious with 2x queen beds - very comfortable! Located right in the heart of the Strip across the road from the Mirage. There are a few fast food outlets within the casino plus a Ben & Jerry's :)

We always stay at this hotel. It's clean and friendly. Parking is really easy and quick. It's directly across from the volcano. $3 beers are a plus. There is no resort fee. The front desk was very helpful and accommodated our request.

Perfect location. My advice is to cross Las Vegas Blvd so you don't get stuck in the frozen drink line. Room was clean and comfortable. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Walgreen's is right next door.

King room for 2 nights was a good deal try getting deals for this hotel beginning of April 1-6th because it will sell out and cheaper rates. You get a refrigerator, coffee maker Keurig, ironing board, free parking and wifi. Parking is good but tricky just because it can get super crowded with people and cars traveling by. You will have to have a parking permit though. The casino has Fat Tuesday drinks, subway, pizza, and cheap hot dogs, Outback steakhouse, and Ben and Jerry ice cream. Next to this hotel is Venetian and Harrahs, right across the street is the Mirage with its famous volcano show that last about 5 minutes. Great place.

I checked in and out the same day. This hotel was very nice, great people, nice rooms but NO AIR CONDITIONING. There antique system only allows one temperature, set by the Hotel. No matter where you put the AC control set. it never goes anywhere, same steady stream of the same temperature. They have a "chiller" on the roof, ad wherever that is set, that is what you get. you have NO control of the Air Conditioning whatsoever. Hey Folks, if you are visiting Vegas, you are i a desert! Play there bit DON'T STAY there.

There are pros and cons for the hotel, it is small but the casino has plenty of games, there are plenty of cocktail waitresses with regular service. But the bar does $3 bottles so is great value. The guest rooms are easily accessible and mine was literally about 20 paces from the hotel front door, which was a real plus. The rooms are clean and well equipped, the coffee machine and fridge are a bonus. There is a Walgreens next door so the fridge can be stocked cheaply. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is security in the casino . The downside was some of the clientele that gather in the casino late at night is not good and seemed to be made up of homeless and party girls. There is no resort fee and the rewards card was excellent . Despite the downside I would stay there again and it is great value

Hotel was right on the Strip!Perfect location. Big, clean rooms. Little old fashioned but comfy. Rooms were cleaned every day. Hotel's casino not so nice than other hotel's but it didn't matter cause we spent most of the time on the Strip or other casino's. Hotel has Pizza Hut, Subway and few other eating places. Hotel reception was small and not so inviting, but staff was friendly. Easy access to monorail next to Harrah's hotel. If you want hotel which is at perfect location, clean and you don't have to pay any resort fees, then Casino Royale is your hotel! Just few steps from hotel lobby and you are right on the Strip!!

The hotel is right in the middle of all the fun. There is Mcdonald's, Panda, and chipotle right next to the rooms when you exit to the left. It is right next to harrah's, linq, and across from the mirage. We went in march and the madness was incredible. To the right you have the venetian, paris, and palazzo. The noise level was at the max outside but didn't transfer inside. Parking was not hectic at all. easy to find. A little difficult to go in because of pedestrians but other than that it was fine. Receptionist Tina was great. Amazing service she gave us.

The Best Western Plus Casino Royale is a fantastic choice for those who do not want to spend a lot of money to sleep, yet want to be in the middle of all the action. The room was comfortable and clean with enough amenities to satisfy my needs. This is not a huge room, but since I am only using it to sleep, who cares. The rates are very reasonable and the location is perfect; right across from the Mirage. The staff is personable and competent. The Casino has some very loose slots as well.

Casino Royale is definitely small when compared to the major casino/hotels on the strip, but does that really matter? They do not charge resort fees at all and the rooms were well equipped with all you could need. Good points: Very clean Good room facilites: Comfortable beds, safe, coffee machine and a good, warm shower. Good general facilities: Vending machines, ice machines and a free business centre. Decent casino Broad choice of dining Walgreens next door for essential groceries etc. Bad points Casino staff weren't particular friendly, came across as a lot more unhappy than those at other casinos. Housekeeping staff (though very good at their job) were very noisy early each morning in the corridor, they woke me more than once during our stay, even though they were nowhere near our door.

The location is perfect on the strip and without the expense of resort fees. No frills and simple room, but clean. No view from windows, because only four stories high. Mine looked at wall, but I spent little time in room. Small casino, but staff was extremely helpful

Stayed for four nights with my partner this month. The hotel is small however within two minutes of leaving your room you are on the strip next opposite Mirage Volcano. The hotel was clean and equipped with a safe, hair dryer, iron and board along with a coffee machine. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding. The beds were comfy, we had no issues with sleeping. We were on the ground floor with a view of the car park however we only used the room to sleep so the view didn't affect our stay. The staff were very friendly and approachable and they allowed us to lock our bags away securely on the day of departure until we left for the airport. We would definitely stay at Casino Royale again.

Great location, great price :) would definitely stay with them again and will recommend to friends who want to visit Vegas, compared to the larger hotels which you can visit and eat in anyway, this was by far the best value for money

The location was a great spot. The shower head was bad or the water pressure. I was not sure which one it was. The smoking section was right in front of the front counter area. This was a meeting place to meet up with others in our party as everybody knew where the front counter was located. I think the smoking section needed to be move away from this spot. They have a lot of gaming machines but not to many gaming tables. The guest does not have control of the AC at certain temps outside. So I had to open the window. That made it real noisy in the room. I will be staying at a Best Western again but not this one. The place was clean just a bit dated.

My experience matches most of the reviews here. The rooms are like thousands of rooms you'll find in hotels across the country. A couple of beds, a tv, a bathroom. The fridge is a nice addition. My view was an alley and a wall. Like some other reviewers I experienced some noise when the window was open, which was fixed easily enough by closing the window. I also wasn't a fan of having to find my way through the casion to get to the reception desk. Thankfully you only have to do that once. But you can't beat the price for the location. Next door to Harrah's, across from the Mirage, 2 blocks from the Shops at Caesar's. I don't gamble so I don't have a review of the casino. Great option for an affordable room right in the middle of all the action.

This hotel is right on the strip so the location is brilliant. The rooms are nice and comfortable; TV, fridge and a coffee machine. The casino isn't the best but it has everything you need. I would like to thank Sharon on reception who was super helpful - she arranged for two bed's in our room - we'd booked a double bed. Nothing was too much trouble. She even let us check in early when we'd been refused this from another member of staff. Overall its a nice hotel in the centre of everything!

If you are looking for a fair price, peaceful place but still on Strip - this is the right place! The hotel is really small if compared to all the others on Strip, for me, that was a bonus, with no resort fees and parking included. The room was available before the check-in time, and I was able to leave my luggage in secure room when I checked-out. All the employee were very kind with me. The room was very clean and it was cleaned everyday. There were also a coffee machine (with compatible capsules) and small refrigerator.

I fly into town for a meeting and this place was right on the strip . I am a long time BEST WESTERN DIAMOND member and still have a lot of points When I arrived I had very little hot water , the next morning I had none . What was worse is the smell of sewage backup into the drain that made me want to vomit . I called the front desk and told them the issue , asked for a manager whose names is “ Thomas “ he is the assistant manager . I nicely explained to the person on the phone that I request my points be refunded for the stay . There was a knock on my door , it was the repair guy and “ Thomas “ I could tell Immediately that Thomas had angry hostile body language. I explained the again what the issue was and I would like my points refunded . The look he gave me was like he wanted to fight . So I asked him to leave my room. I did not feel comfortable with someone like that , who was acting that way to be near me . He refused to leave . I backed away from him . I thanked the repair guy and left a tip for the maid and left I was told by another staff member that there is no preventive maintenance done on the place and it's very old BOTTOM LINE : I am a premier member at Hilton and Marriott. Save yourself the hassle and stay at a nicer place I would recommend Homewood Suites by Hilton and the Airport . I have stayed there many times and should have stayed this this time

If you want a good hotel for little cost that is directly on the strip, this is it. The price is very good and the rooms are very clean. The decor is slightly old but is in character with the area. Very comfortable beds and pillows. A very friendly staff who cannot do enough for you. The price of beer is far cheaper than most places on the strip, in fact, 50 percent less. The food is also very reasonable, especially hot dogs etc for snacking.

First things first: this casino/hotel has plentiful free parking for patrons. That in itself is a big win. The garage is easily reached from the Strip. Head Northbound. Pass the Linq, Harrah's, and then take a right into a narrow service road just after Walgreen's. Check-in is inside the casino: just follow the wall to the left as you enter from the car park. The check-in staff are friendly, helpful and unflustered. Unusually for Vegas, you don't have to talk a marathon to get to your room. The hotel itself is reached from the car park: look for a blue canopy near the multi-storey parking. Your room card (eventually) lets you through the motorised entry door. This concerns me a little: it takes a long time to close after it's been opened, and there's no internal "close" button, so anyone could tailgate you through the entrance and have access to the building. The rooms are smallish by Vegas standards at 285 square feet, but they don't feel it. Don't expect fancy views. Likely, you'll be looking at a car park or a service road - but did you come to Vegas to stay in your hotel room and stare out the window? Exactly. Decor is "desert sand" in colour, with tasteful touches and pleasant pictures. Easy on the eye. Everything is clean and tidy. The windows have good blinds, which along with light-excluding curtains, mean a very easy sleep. Talking of sleep, the bed is ridiculously comfy. I could do without the bolster cushion (what _is_ the point in these, anyway?), but that's easily set aside. There are plenty of power points. This is not one of those properties where you have to decide whether you want a table lamp or to charge your gadget. It's a very welcome change from Vegas standard. There's a kitchenette. Keurig coffee is supplied as part of the deal, and surprisingly it's not at all bad. There's also a fridge. Ice machines are, of course, down the corridor, along with vending machines - although with a Walgreen's within three or four minutes' walk across the car park, why would you not shop? Opposite the kitchenette is a wardrobe, with a digital safe. Mine didn't work. I called the front desk...and a very friendly and helpful security guy turned up within ten minutes, replaced the batteries and...wait for this...adamantly refused a tip! The bathroom is definitely Vegas standard, with a tiny tub and shower over, although the little bottles of amenities are plentiful. They're strongly citrus scented. Your hair will end up smelling like a clean kitchen counter, but hey, you're clean and they're inclusive, so why not? You get a 42" flat panel TV. As the room's not huge, it seems even bigger. There's a desk, with plenty more power points. I was at a conference, and got a fair bit of useful work done at that desk. It has a proper office chair, not a cheap wooden one - top marks for this! Oh, and a room phone. I don't know what the pricing is for calls, as I use my own phone, but it was handy for contacting front desk, as I mentioned above. I've left the best about the Casino Royale until last. There are NO RESORT FEES! This property does not subscribe to the invidious Vegas tendency to quote low room rates, then double the cost with these spurious fees. This, along with the free parking, totally endears them to me. Let's talk about the local area. The casino that's attached to the hotel is nothing special, really. It gets passing trade rather than attracting it. If you want a fancy floor, the Venetian and Palazzo are next door, and the Wynn estates past them. If a mid-level one, you're surrounded by choice: Harrah's and Linq on this side of the road, Mirage and TI across the Strip. So let's talk food. There's a Denny's above the Walgreen's next to the car park entrance, so that's breakfast sorted. You'll get a generous voucher book when you check in. Otherwise, you can probably ignore the Panda Express, McDonald's and particularly the White Castle. (I was ignored for five minutes with no other customers present, and gave up waiting for the staff to stop gossiping long enough to serve me.) The $1.99 footlong hot dog stand inside Casino Royale definitely fills a hungry hole. There are far better food outlets in the casinos; far too many to name. Just wander around and find something that fits your needs. Oh, and once you've seen the Mirage's volcano show at night, walk south and see the Bellagio fountains dance to the music. This is a great little property. It won't be my last time staying here. And I can say that with confidence, as I've already paid the deposit.

There's an entrance to rooms right off the strip. No walking through smoke filled casinos! The room was good. I had some trouble with the thermostat initially. With the cold temps, there was only heat available, yet the room was at 74 degrees. I guess they switched the building back to cool in ensuing days. I appreciated the reception walking us all the way to our room instead of letting us fend for ourselves. In contrast, the fancy casinos have a long line to check in, and then they point a finger towards the elevators, if you ask.

Pros: Clean, fresh room! Decent size. Free parking and perfect location by the strip. Very welcoming staff, which is much appreciated. Cons: No breakfast. Had to step out of the hotel for the restaurant. So, you can't be in your jammies. :)

Doesn't look like much when you arrive by taxi at the back entrance, but once you settled you get a whole lot for your money. The staff is really nice and helpful and the cleaning is excellent. The location is right in the middle of the action on the Strip. The only negative thing I have to say is the view from the window of our room. It faces a wall of a tiny back area, which results in that you keep the blinds down all day. Although a perk because of this is silence during night time.

The hotel is a bit difficult to find. Use your GPS and take the driveway. Our room was beautifully remodeled, with 1st class tile, granite, and bedding. No short cuts. Our room was immaculate and very quiet. We didn't have to drive anywhere. We could walk in either direction to enjoy Casinos and fabulous dining.

We stayed here for 5 nights, it's right in the centre of the strip and with no resort fees. I'm sure that a lot of the more expensive hotels have very flash rooms, but we were more than satisfied with Casino Royale, the rooms were clean and Felicia who checked us in was really helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided. Would definitely stay here again!

I'm not a gambler so just walked through the room full of slots, but once through the accommodation key locked door it was another world. On first appearance I expected noise from the casino below the accommodation area. Happily I was wrong. My room was clean and quiet. There was no view, but it didn't matter as I was only in the room at night. It was good to have a refrigerator in the room, and if needed a microwave in a common room down the hall. The king sized bed was comfortable and the bathroom/toilet clean and stocked. If I have to go back to Las Vegas for another convention, I'd return to the Best Western.

With being a rewards member. I try to stay at BW's. When available. Get them points and receive them free night stays. Which is what I did on this trip. The employees with the hotel were great and it's right in the mix of Vegas and the strip. The casino was good but small. Single deck blackjack and a couple roulette tables is all I need so we had a great time. Will definitely stay at the hotel in the future

You can book this Hotel a year from your date and it will be good but the closer to your date it's expensive, more than the surrounding hotels, and this hotel offers no attractions. But it's a nice place to stay. It's right in the middle of the strip. Also very clean linen. Wonderful housekeeping staff.

Booked this hotel early last yr and got a great price for 10 nts for 3 adults..havr also stopped here before. great location And price is good. Free parking . Had a little room view of Venetian and palazzo. Rooms kept clean every day and clean towels daily. Staff are very welcoming. Will always book to come back here. As no resort fees and it's opposite mirage and ceasers. Also as a nice out back steakhouse inside along with white castle subway foot long pizza. Denny upstairs. Next door is mc Donald. Panda express and a Mexican place. Casino is small but always had fun and won few times..in all a great place to book

We stayed at Best Western Casino Royale Feb 9-12, 2019. We first stayed at Casino Royale in Feb, 2016 so we knew where to enter the property; where to park and where the check in desk was. On our first visit in 2016, we found the process confusing, but it was easier this time. Parking - Free self parking. You park at the rear of the building in a parking structure. - They have 20 minute parking parks at the back of the building just in front of the parking structure, so you can go in and check in without having to lug luggage through the Casino (The hotel side is next to the casino so when checking in, don't lug your bags through). Once you check-in, you can return to your car and collect your bags and enter the building to find your room. There are 4 levels and you need your room key to enter the building. There is an elevator immediately to your left as you enter the door. Check- In - Quick & easy - our room was prepaid so that made things easier - staff were friendly enough - we were given a discount compound for Denny's which was nice. Room - 2 double beds - the beds were really hard and incredibly uncomfortable - our room was impeccably clean - the usual toiletries were provided as was tea/coffee making - our room had a small mini/bar fridge - housekeeping came each day Location - located on the strip - right next door to McDonald's - In between Harrahs and The Venetian - Denny's is in the same complex - Outback Steakhouse on-site - Ben & Jerry's on-site It's a nice cheap alternative to paying the exorbitant prices of other strip casinos.

Stayed here in January 2019 during the Consumer Electronics Show. The room was clean and spacious. Parking was free. There were no hidden fees. The location is excellent: on the strip nestled among some of the big name hotels. Many attractions are in walking distance. If you are interested in a good, clean room with a great location, this is for you. There are not a lot of frills at this hotel but they can be found a few steps away. I felt safe at this Hotel.

great location on the strip, great casino! We had a fabulous time. got a surprise early check-in. Everyone was friendly and professional. Big plus that it has no resort fee. Walgreens being on premises is very convenient

The location was awesome, staff was great and rooms were clean and comfortable. However, we had no temperature control in our room. Apparently during the cooler months, the ac doesn't work. Well, it was 75 degrees in the room at night and I can't sleep when it's warm. So, we were forced to open the window. Worst part is that our room faced the back alley where they process all the empty bottles and took all the delivery's for the hotel next door. Thousands of bottles breaking all at once throughout the night and trucks beeping as they backed up endlessly. VERY loud! So, needless to say, we didn't sleep much the 4 nights we were there. Heard from other people that the rooms on the other side of the hotel were very loud at night too as they were near the entrance and they heard people and taxis coming and going all night. I would stay again if the ac worked. When the window was closed the noise was tolerable.

Location was excellent right in the middle of the strip. Staff friendly, good wi-fi, rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. Bar at the hotel was good and cheap compared to the other big hotels around. Leave a dollar tip every time you buy a drink but its worth it. Yes I would recommend this hotel if you don't want to pay sky high prices for a fancy hotel

Right on the strip no hidden fees. The casino is small and fun great staff.Makes a good base for seeing Vegas. it is clean and all you need. Right next door to Denny's for a great breakfast. Stay here and skip the hidden Vegas charges

We were there to enjoy a show an just enjoy the area. This motel has a perfect location with everything you need. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Many food options are close by from full meals to quick pick ups.

The hotel is located excellent. It is close to ALL, free parking. If I come again i may stay there again. Friendly staff (Elia, Thomas). I just wish someone had told me that on New Year eve strip is closed so i won't be able to return my car that evening. Thanks to Dollar I was able to return it at the airport for a tiny fee do to circumstances so it worked great.

I chose the casino royale best western for many reasons. We had never stayed on the strip (always stayed downtown ) the price was good. No resort fee,free wifi, microwaves on first floor, rooms have a fridge,and it's on the trip close to many of the bigger hotels. I was not disappointed, check in was super friendly (Sharon was wonderful)the room was clean, and super quiet. free parking and easy to get in out onto the strip without having to walk forever! Walgreens right there for whatever we needed. I would definitely stay again. If you dont mind not fancy but economical easy access and comfort this is the place.

This hotel is in a great position on the Strip. Parking was free and had no trouble finding a space. To get to reception was a bit awkward with cases as had to go through the casino . Staff we ok. Not very helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Down side to staying in a casino hotel is people go to bed all through the night so if you want to sleep take some ear plugs.

This hotel is ideally situated on the South side of the Strip and very close to Caesar's Palace which was great for us as we had a show there to see. Everybody was friendly and the room was clean and quite big for the price we paid. Great value for money and we would certainly stay here again.

Disappointed! Used points for a night in Las Vegas while passing through. I booked a room with 2 queens and expected the same room I always have gotten in previous stays at other Best Western s. The beds were doubles and the room was SMALL! We were on the ground floor next to the parking garage entrance and casino entrance. It was a cool night outside but the room was 81 degrees and the air conditioning would not work. When I called to ask for help they explained their air only works when it is hot outside and to open the windows. Remember I said we were on ground level at the casino and parking lot entrances. We listened to ubers, vehicles, and delivery trucks coming and going all night until around 8AM but at least the room cooled down. BEWARE....look at the room before accepting. Surely they aren't all like this!

After looking at the reviews and prices for hotels on the strip for our 5 might stay, I kept coming back to Best Western Casino Royale. The images didn't have the 'Wow' factor but the price and location certainly did! What I liked: - price! This hotel was 1/4 the price of the big name hotels on the strip. Being winter we had no use for a pool so I liked that we didn't have to pay for one in resort fees (even though there was a pool!) - location was amazing, a short walk to so much including the linq mall, Venetian, Caesars, flaming, the Linq etc. There was a walgreens, Denny's, white castle, McDonald's, panda express and fat Tuesdays all within the hotel/casino - the bed was super comfy and the room was ultra clean. I have worked in the hotel industry for almost 10 years and could not fault it. Props to your housekeeping team as they do a phenomenal job! - staff were super helpful, especially Tina from reception - free WiFi - quiet rooms. Our room faced the carpark which some people had mentioned in reviews as being noisy.... I'm a light sleeper and I didn't wake for anything! What i didnt like: - walking through the casino to check-in - random weed smell occasionally wafted into our room (not sure from where as the hallway never smelt?!) - shower head wasn't the greatest but did have good pressure - couldn't figure out the a/c, was also quite noisy. We didn't really need it so it didn't really bother us. - uber wouldn't pick us up from hotel carpark (maybe we are stupid but it kept telling us to go to Harrahs pick up area?!) - ultra tiny toiletries - slamming/heavy closing of doors at all hours

Staying for one week at Casino Royale on my first trip to Las Vegas was an excellent experience. The hotel's location is central on the strip, right opposite the Mirage. It was perfect for the main casinos on my trip - barely a few minutes' walk from the Venetian, approximately 10 mins from Caesar's Palace and 15 mins from Aria. The quality of my king room was high. It was extremely spacious with pleasant and quality furnishings. Everything you expect from a 3-star hotel, and in fairness it felt at least that. This hotel was one of the cheapest available for my stay in January 2018 at roughly $90/night and the value for money was unbeatable. The excellent central location, no resort fees, quality room and more-than-competitive price put Casino Royale right up with the best hotels I have been to.

This is our home away from home. Everyone here cares about your stay and truly want you to be comfortable. We were checked in by Alan. Reggie is always welcoming and we make a point to see him. Assistant Manager Thomas makes us feel like family. Tina is so friendly and helpful. Ilsa, cocktail waitress, is someone we make sure to see. The rooms are always clean and the housekeeping staff is efficient and friendly as well. We will be back again this year on our anniversary! As always no resort fee and parking is free!

This hotel while older, is a great hidden gem on the strip. Walking distance to all our favorite places. The rooms were clean (nonsmoking), quiet and well kept. We had some special requests during our stay and the staff was quick and efficient in meeting our requests.

This hotel is not the MGM or Bellagio, BUT, it works just fine for most normal travelers. The room was a bit small but clean and was fine for us. The staff were all very nice, helpful and fun. There are enough restaurants very close by to keep most happy except for the expensive meals and you can walk to Harrah's or the Venetian in less time than it takes to get out of most of the big hotels. We had a few loud neighbors at Midnight on Saturday, this is VEGAS, this is going to happen anywhere. Biggest complaint was the toilet running which kept me up a little at night, very minor and can be fixed. Being able to leave your room and be on the strip or in the parking lot to get a cab in 1 to 2 minutes is AWESOME. I get real tired or walking for 10 minutes just to get our of your hotel. For me it is a great value if you don't mind staying in what would be a a normal hotel outside of Vegas.

Very good hotel. Clean room, good internet connection, right on the middle of the action in Vegas. Walking distance to all major attractions.Felicia at front desk went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant.That is my hotel in Vegas from now on.

You couldn't wish for a better location as the Casino Royale sits in the centre of the Strip. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We left our bags in a luggage room on our departure day as our flight was in the evening, and there was no charge for this. We printed off our boarding passes at the hotel at no extra cost. The room décor is a little dated but it was very clean and you don't spend much time in your room in Las Vegas. There was a fridge, TV, hair drier, safe and coffee maker in the room.

I saw how they clean the rooms after check-out - they are so thorough! I would stay here again because it's along the strip, there is a Subway, Pizzahut, White Castle, Panda Express, Chipotle, Sephora and Sands is very nearby.

When you enter the hotel, one might get a bit wary as you have to walk through the busy and smokey casino to get to the hotel check in desk - we were wary until we checked in. The hotel side is completely quiet, you would not think that there is a casino just a few levels below. Check in was quick. The rooms are exactly what you see in the photos. The room was a good size for 2 people - neat and clean We had an issue with the shower head and it got sorted within 10 minutes of calling the reception desk. There is a keurig coffee machine in the room. Housekeeping did a great job everyday. Denny's is next door to the hotel and we got discount vouchers from the reception. This hotel was the perfect spot for NYE - just walk out the doors and we were in the middle of the festivities - there was a DJ playing outside The Mirage (directly opposite of Casino Royale) - fireworks went off at Treasure Island - it was Spectacular!! Elia checked us out - she was super friendly and gave us a pack of casino royale playing cards - good remembrance of our stay!

This hotel is in a great location mid-strip. The rooms are a good size with large comfortable beds & TV. Great to have a coffee machine and fridge in the room. The rooms are as pictured and ours was spotlessly clean. It was good to have Dennys next door and great that the hotel gave us 25% off vouchers. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Elia on Reception was particularly helpful when we checked out and she re-arranged our pre-booked airport transfer as we hadn't realised there was a large convention which was likely to cause travel delays to and from the airport. Thanks Elia, we made it in plenty of time!

Stayed for 4 nights in November 2018. Great location, nothing fancy but ideal for my needs. I was mostly using Vegas as a base to visit national parks in the area so I didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful. A small problem with the TV was fixed immediately. Loved the Keurig in the room. Hotel was in the back of the property so there were no issues with noise. Would definitely stay again.

Very happy with our stay here very central to the main strip and offered great value. No resort fees required like the bigger casinos . Would stay here again if we were to return to Vegas again. Staff very helpful and clean rooms.

'Outstanding' encapsulates Best Western Casino Royale!! Our family arrived quite late into the night due to traffic between LA and Las Vegas. Despite this we were greeted by two amazing night staff. Room suited our needs, and I loved that the window slid open as I much prefer to sleep with fresh air as opposed to aircon :) The hotel is in an ideal location. Within arms reach of eateries, shows, facilities etc. I loved

One bedroom apartment was great. Very clean and comfortable with a great bed. Fantastic location close to everything. The room was quiet except for the 5 minutes at night when the volcano across the road erupts. This hotel was really good value for money and we would stay there again.

Overall our stay was great however the check in was a pain in the back. I understand people can have a bad day but the guy who tried checked us in shouldn't work front desk. It took us 20 minutes until it was finally our turn (with only two people in front of us) and then he wasn't able to work out things and blamed me on stuff? No apology, no smile or anything. After nearly 10 minutes he handed us over to the supervisor who checked us in in 1 minute.The lady who did the check out was wonderful though! Asked about our stay, made sure all questions were answered, great customer service as you expect it from a hotel!

I was not expecting a whole lot because it is an older property, not one of the big fancy hotels. It was clean, comfortable, not fancy and the price was reasonable. On the strip so it was fairly close to most places and they have parking which is good for Vegas.

The service in Casino Royale is outstanding. The complex is dated and does need a little tlc but the location and people make the difference.Reggie whom welcomed us and Tina who answered our questions. Location is excellent with access to the duece stop and all the big casinos.The business centre was also great for printing boarding passes.

The room and hall ways were stale. Room temps could not be controlled. Set by hotel maintenance. Everyone doesn't want 67 degrees as their room temp. Hotel staff stated it was nothing they could do. Would never stay here again.....even for free.

I spent several hours on numerous days here just for the slots. It was a lot of fun and the pay outs were good. The place does have a strange smell to it. Drink service was very good. I loved all the food options. We ate at Subway, the foot long hotdog, White Castle and Denny's. I would come here again for gambling and restaurants.

Stayed four nights, and our room was comfortable, healthy, and clean. The hotel has a business office, which consists of three computers with a single printer (color), which can be accessed with your room key. We had to used the computer twice, and had no difficulty in accessing the internet or using the email. The computer and printer worked perfectly for us. The hotel is compact, so everything is within easy reach. Both my wife and I are recovering from health problems, so the convenience of getting around was a major plus for us. There are two ways to get to the hotel's free parking: the first way is to access the garage through the Las Vegas Blvd. entrance, and the second way is to access the garage through the city streets that are located in the back of the casino resorts. I found accessing the garage through the Las Vegas Blvd. entrance stress filled as the people who walk up and down get very upset when you itch your car through the crowds. They have trouble enough walking with the changing walking crowd and, then, suddenly they are dealing with a car inching its way through the walking crowd. Some walkers get upset, and they let you know they are upset. I prefer using the city streets, or the second option, to access the BW garage: Listed below are the directions to the back entrance to the BW Plus Casino Royale parking garage; heading northbound on I15 I take the spring mountain rd exit Cross las Vegas Blvd; Spring Mountain turns into Sands Avenue Turn right on S Kovan Lane Turn right on Krueger Dr.; Krueger is going to split in two, left for Harrah's, right for Venetian, take the Harrah's side (left) then after a few yards there is a hard left turn for Harrah's where you will want to go straight. The Casino Royale parking garage will be on the right. After using both entrances I sure you will prefer using the back entrance to access the garage.

The WiFi here is crap, intermittently and unreliably works at times. Location is good, value is fair. Nothing about the hotel impresses, but it's not trying or meant to. In the end, expectations were met for the price. I'd personally spend more for a better venue. I almost forgot— the tap water has a sulfur smell, the hot water runs out every morning, and the shower drain is mostly clogged. I tried uploading a single photo of the view of the dumpsters from the top floor, but the internet is so bad here, it wouldn't complete. It's the first time I've witnessed a progress bar actually backpedal, hah.

While the casino itself was average, the rooms were fantastic. While many of the larger resorts require a lot of walking to get from your room to the Strip, Casino Royale's rooms are a quick step and key swipe away. Everything was very comfortable and clean, and the location can't be beat - especially since they don't charge a resort fee. A hidden treasure for staying on the Strip.

The hotel itself is in a good location. It is near all the cool parts of the strip. The hotel is outdated and needs some renovations. The drinks were affordable and it was cheaper to gamble at this hotel. The value for what you receive did not match my expectations.

Very well priced hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff especially Thomas who made us feel very welcome. The walls are thin so there can be a little noise at times, but for the price and location it's balanced out.

Booked this place after reading review I would say the hotel needs to be givenaa lick of paint All members of staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were kept spotless. Would definitely stay here again Thanks

It's hidden away on the strip ,but a greatly place to stay. Staff is extremely Helpful and friendly . Can't say enough good things about the staff and there assistance.When the print failed they were more than helpful,in correcting the problem. Room were up to date and comfortable. This is a nice place to stay on the strip and accessable to all the other casinos on the strip. Will definitely stay here again. Plus No resort fee or parking charge.

Brilliant hotel in the middle of the strip and excellent value for money. We couldn't have asked for anything better, especially as a low level hotel as required by my travelling companion.Would highly recommend
