    « Love this place »

Clean! Staff is super friendly! Great location easy access to KOP Mall! Breakfast not so good but had a lot of choices. We stay once a year at this hotel. A short drive to New Jersey. lots to do in the area as well!

    « Convenient location »

Easy access, comfy bed, clean room, friendly staff. We stayed here often and are always pleased with our stay. Although there are many choices in the area, we always choose to stay at this hotel and always sleep well.

« What is everyone talking about?! »

This place is awful and dated. There isn't even a comforter on the bed, just a blanket between 2 sheets and then a satin topper that probably never gets washed between guests. Half the rooms are at ground level facing right into he parking lot. The furniture is old and everything is dark. I can't believe this place was renovated and still looks like this? And who is giving it 4+ star reviews!!?!

    3
    « Definitely not 4 1/2 stars »

Could not cancel my second night and just was not happy with the accommodations. The pictures didn't really show what the hotel looks like. The décor was dated around the hotel. The rooms were decent.

    3
    « Noisy and wrinkled »

The hotel was 90 0/0 filled with two conventions. It was impossible to get any sleep. People were in the hallways conversing after 10:00 pm and again in the morning before 7:00am. If I had known this before booking I would not have stayed at this property. The manager only offered me points to my newly opened account. I will not be staying at BW in the future. The sheets were wrinkled and looked like they had not been changed since the last guest.

« Short visit with family »

This was my first time ever staying at a Best Western and I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel was across the street from the mall in King of Prussia which was another plus for me. Our check in was painless and the front desk staff was friendly. We had a double queen room which was spacious and attractive. The room was clean and the only thing I would have liked was a microwave, but since we were only there Wednesday evening through Saturday morning it wasn't an essential. We enjoyed the breakfast served but I would like to see some turkey bacon or turkey sausage since I don't eat pork and maybe some herbal or decaf tea since I don't drink coffee. All in all I was satisfied with our stay here and would return again if in the area.

« Just what we needed »

Perfect for a short trip to visit Villanova. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and we appreciated the breakfast where there was plenty to choose from, you just have to make the right choices to make it healthy! We liked that it was close to the mall and food options. Seasons 52 was across the way and an awesome Wegman's grocery store is less than 5 minutes. Nice visit!

    « Home Sweet Home »

I really lucked out with this steer. The front desk and housekeeping staff were cordial, warm and friendly. My room was in top shape and very comfortable. Internet service was fast and reliable. The morning breakfast was on time and satisfying. The surrounding area is loaded with great restaurants. Straight A's.

    « Wonderful Hotel »

This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in during our 2 week readtrip in USA!! The hotel is beautiful with a swimmingpool, which was unfortunately closed during our stay. The hotel was secured, meaning that you needed to enter with your keycard, which gave us a sence of security. The room was clean, spacious and the business centre was very convenient. The breakfast was great and had all sorts of things from bread and bagels to waffles and cereal. The staff was very helpfull and nice. And also very important: the king of Prussia mall is right across the street ;-). We liked it so much that we wanted to stay one more night there and there was avaialbilty. We will definitely stay here again!!

    « Amazing stay »

Really enjoyed this garden hotel right across from a beautiful high end mall and Longwood gardens. Room was spacious clean, front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Location safe for single woman travelling alone. Good parking. Easy access/location.

« My Go To Hotel In Area »

I have been using this hotel since my daughter started college in the area a year ago, so have now stayed there on 9 occasions for a total of 13 nights. It has definitely proven a consistent and comfortable stay, with the property well-maintained and staff very friendly and responsive. About the only issue I've had is that check-in has frequently taken longer than I believe it should. Not sure if it is lack of staff or what, but rarely does it seem that two clerks are dedicated to check-in, and even when they are there are a number of delays and distractions. However, I am still happy to forego cheaper accommodations in the area, including one closer to my daughter's school, in order to be sure of a comfortable stay. Best Western is truly a brand I trust, and one I always look for first wherever I travel.

    5
    « Really good value »

What a lovely reception we received on arrival, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is ideally situated for shopping at the King of Prussia Mall and also for taking the bus into Philadelphia as bus stop is outside main entrance. We had a comfortable room with a balcony. Nice quality toiletries and coffee maker in room. Breakfast was ok, diy. 2 hot choices and a waffle maker plus choice of cereals, bread, fruit, etc. Great value for money.

    5
« Great rooms great service »

I have been staying at the hotel during the week for the last 3 months. Can't find a better staff. They do everything they can to make you feel at home. It's definitely a home away from home. They serve breakfast in the mornings from 6:30 to 10:00. The rooms are big and spacious. It's in the middle of everything there's a huge mall across the street and on every corner there is a place to eat.

    5
    « Great Place »

Wonderful location. Get a room with sliding door access to interior yard. Easy access to shopping, Valley Forge Park and not for from Center City. Very quiet rooms, nice pool and decent breakfast. I stay here often and always a pleasant experience. Reasonable prices for a big city.

    5
« Great Stay in PA »

Best in King of Prussia. Value, attentive friendly staff, clean rooms, outstanding breakfast. Thumbs Way Up! I stay in many comparable hotels, but why pay more for less? This is an excellent well maintained property, right in the heart of KOP. Everything you need is right there, easy off DeKalb Pike. Outstanding overall.

    5
« Great stay, lots of history close by »

Had no issues at all, had to stay 3 days for work and could not have been happier. Staff was attentive and helpful. Rooms were modern and clean. I did not try the breakfast but one was available. Check in and check out was a snap.

    3
« Large motel in convenient location »

Positives are that the motel is close to the freeway, close to the King of Prussia Mall, and the bedroom was comfortable and clean, with a good bathroom. There are also several entrances so you can drive round to get to the entrance closest to your room. Internally, some of the rooms are a long walk from the lobby/breakfast area, so if you have small children or are elderly make sure you book a room close to what you need. The choices at breakfast were good with biscuits and gravy, bacon, scrambled eggs, pastries, fruits and cereals etc, but the breakfast area is very small for the size of the hotel and I did spot ants crawling along the breakfast serving area! Not the worse place I've stayed but far from the best. I stayed in 9 hotels during a two week trip, this was the most expensive and probably in the bottom three if I ranked them in order.

    5
    « Enjoyable stay. »

Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean, well designed and nicely styled. Looked to be redone within the last two years. Courtyard area is large and nicely landscaped. Room was quiet, even though it was near a busy traffic area. Will continue to stay during the duration a local business project. There are 3 restaurants right next to the hotel. And a lot more nearby.

« Best western plus the Inn at king of prussia »

We were meeting family in Philly and needed a hotel, all the hotels in the area were filled. We went to 6 hotels until we saw your hotel. There were 2 weddings and other things going on that weekend. Felicia and Kryzia were so helpful. They called around to 10 other hotels and they were sold out as well. There was a cancellation finally at your hotel. Felicia and Kryzia went over and above the norm to help us. They both were very courteous and did not rush us. We were able to secure a room for 2 nights and meet up with my family. Your hotel was very clean and the breakfast was fabulous. We would go back to your hotel again. Thank you again Felicia and Kryzia you were great.

« Great hotel in congested "mall town" »

We were going into Philly for 2 nights to see a band play at the MANN Center, which is on the King of Prussia, west side of the city. The hotels in the city were all particularly expensive that weekend, so upon doing some research, we decided to stay out of town, in the burbs. It looked and sounded great in theory. Wrong! I implore you, if you are looking for a home base to explore the city, do not stay in King of Prussia! The drive to and from the city is short in distance, but has bumper to bumper traffic at all times... ALL times! A 45min drive, minimum. This is the only reason for the 3 stars. I really did not care for the environment where this hotel resides. Traffic and malls. Awful. Unless, of course, you are looking to go shopping. The rooms were clean and quite comfortable. Plenty of space for 3 folks to stay and move about comfortably. My friend is a particularly large man and the room accommodated his needs just fine. We had a ground level, garden view room. That was definitely my favorite part. We were able to hang out in the gazebo, surrounded by a lovely courtyard, until the wee hours of the morning. Nobody harassed us, but they do have property security and the courtyard is accessible by keycard only, so we felt plenty safe without looking over our shoulders. I would definitely recommend a garden room beyond any others. ask for something close to the front desk if you have any mobility issues and plan on having breakfast, as we had to walk through 2 wings before reaching the front desk/breakfast area. This hotel is immediately off of I-76, a convenient distance to Philly (in theory) and the price was right, so it was pretty full while we were there and I expect that it usually is. Still, we had no issues with noise. It seems like a single night, "I am here to sleep" kind of hotel. We did not have breakfast, so I cannot speak on that. We also did not use the pool, but it looked nice enough. The staff was pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Beds were comfortable, even for a 400lb man! It's not the Ritz, but it is a nice hotel for a night or two. Just be sure to plan for the constant traffic and don't plan to walk to the mall, even though it is directly across from the hotel. Oh, there are a few chain restaurant choices very nearby, but nothing with any character and nothing open late night. We ended up at the Tilted Kilt after the show one night... We were sure to grab food BEFORE heading back to King of Prussia on the 2nd night!

    « Great Place »

Excellent Hotel, very good value and very clean. Will stay here again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was very close to many places, resturants malls and shopping. Very nice grounds and well maintained.

    « Pleasantly Surprised »

The outside of the hotel is a little outdated but don't that fool you! The room is modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff members I interacted with were all helpful and friendly. Breakfast is included in your stay and there were both hot and cold items to choose from.

    5
« Oasis in the maelstrom »

Located a stone's throw from the largest mall in the nation this hotel is a gorgeous example of a good value, sheltering the weary, rattled traveler in a cocoon of comfort. Staffed with cheerful professionals, outfitted with luxurious beds, hot showers, fabulous breakfasts, and fast internet, I would definitely stay here again. The only thing missing was a microvave for those inveterate travellers who prefer to live on Ramen noodles while working in our rooms rather than endure the crush of crazed mall-goers on their hell-bent way to the Cheesecake Factory. Still, the coffee machine dispenses hot water, so all is not lost. This hotel is a great value - highly recommend.

    4
« Nice room. Close to KOP »

Big room. Very clean. Nice little patio and yard space off the room. Very friendly front desk staff. Room must have been close to hotel restaurant. At night, our room smelled like French fries and in the morning like bacon. Very close to the mall. Drive was easy although navihaying traffic was tricky.

« The best wester at king of Prussia,Pa »

The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are very clean. The staff are very helpful and nice. The breakfast is very good, specially the coffee. The area is pretty safe with a Chili's restaurant in front of the Hotel which has very good food.

    5
« Wonderful staff and great value overall! »

I stayed here after checking out of another AWFULL Hotel in King of Prussia. Although I am a Hilton Honors member I will stay at this hotel the next time I travel to King of Prussia on Business was not my first choice but it will be in the future!

    4
« The room was good as was the breakfast »

The room we had had some issues. The door lock didn't line up and I had to lift the door to get the door locked. Otherwise the bed was good and comfortable. This location is used by a bunch of locals/business that seem to use it regularly, based on the work vehicles parked around it. However, our friends room had issues with their air-conditioning unit. There is no parking cost for this hotel. I though the breakfast was OK. The size of the room is rather small, so the food is set out in a strange order and hard to find what you want. Close to the freeway.

    « AC/DC Philadelphia 2016 »

Great place to stay!! Needed a room for 3 while we were on a quick trip to Philadelphia for the AC/DC concert. Amazing room & breakfast with friendly staff. Highly recommend this place & will stay here again if I travel to Philly!!

    4
    « Comfortable rooms »

4 of us were in 3 rooms. The rooms need a little updating, but since we did not stay in our rooms long, they met our needs. Beds were very comfortable. There was a red stain on the carpet beside a bed in one of the rooms. Cleaning staff needs to dust headboards behind the mattresses. Overall, the rooms were comfortable. Felicia, who checked us in, was very personable and helpful.

    5
    « Nice place - friendly staff! »

We attended the 2016 Walker Stalker Con and booked a room at this Best Western... we will likely return to this hotel for the convention next year. The rooms are a nice size, some have balconies (ours did not), and there's also a good sized mini fridge. Free WiFi and the courtyard by the pool is very nice. There's a big gazebo and lots of landscaping, really great to walk around or sit outside and chat. Also, free breakfast! There's actually a really great selection of breads (bagels, muffins, danishes) as well as yogurt, fresh fruit (apples, oranges, grapefruit, bananas), sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy, and a variety of cereals. Of course there's coffee, juices and even the newspaper on Sunday. Staff is very friendly, makes the stay a little nicer. Hotel is located at a very busy intersection right across from King of Prussia mall - there are plenty of restaurants and such nearby. We'd recommend B Good!

    « Good find »

The staff here are friendly and professional. The property is clean and well maintained. The breakfast is pretty basic. Yet it is well stocked especially the fresh fruit. The hotel is located at a busy, weird intersection that can be difficult navigating while trying to find the entrance to the hotel's parking lot. The. Hotel's parking lot rings the outer part of the property. The building makes an inner ring. In the middle is a nice area with grass and trees. Ask for a room overlooking the grassy inner part of the property. I would stay here again.

    5
    « Nice surprise! »

My family was on our way back from vacationing down south when our vehicle broke down. We had to stay the night to get repairs done so we picked this hotel not knowing really what to expect. right away we were greeted and checked in by felicia who gave us a great rate and was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was extremely nice with a sliding glass door to a really nice little private courtyard with chairs on the pool side. extremely clean and free breakfast & coffee was good.Felicia also recommended a great little authentic mexican food plaza Azteca.

    4
    « A good hotel »

We arrived at this hotel very tired after a 9 1/2 hour drive! The receptionist was very sympathetic and we were soon in our room. The rooms are not huge but more than adequate and everything was clean and tidy. We had a quiet room on the ground floor which had doors opening out onto a courtyard garden area. We had been able to park our car very close to the entrance to the block. A free hot breakfast was provided which was very good, although the breakfast area became a bit crowded at peak times and it was difficult to get a seat. This hotel was walking distance from a few restaurants and across the road from King of Prussia Mall.

    4
    « thank you »

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I left my keys at the facility. When I called about them they were gracious and helpful about returning them to me. I appreciated their kindness and understanding.

    4
    « Hotel review »

Very good, although being an older hotel, not set up for ADA. Our room was up 2 steps from the lobby; the ice machine was down many steps from the lobby. Sometimes a desk clerk was around to help and sometimes not. Nice large room and all rooms have balconies! Grab bar in shower a plus.

    4
    « Family Wedding »

Family wedding in the area, multiple guest from other states. An activity week end for colleges in the area, Villanova etc.... The Staff was very friendly and professional. Helpful and able to give good recommendation for activity in the area. Breakfast was better than most chain offering. Rooms were clean and in good order. Rugs should be replaced soon.

    4
« Just your average hotel! »

The room and bathroom were very nice, what you would expect from a hotel. The staff was very friendly. And the complementary breakfast was average hotel food, but no gourmet omelets or special options or anything. And it was far enough from the highway that you couldn't hear the traffic.

    4
    « Comfortable »

We stay here every month and have enjoyed the accommodations and service. Desk & Breakfast staff are very nice and the location is perfect for our needs. It's amazingly quiet at the intersection of many highways. We have never used the pool but the courtyard is lovely.

« Best Western King of Prussia - Thank you Bill! »

Great hotel, Bill was fantastic from the first inquiry until I left. Rooms nice and big, beds confortable, easy access to rooms, nice courtyard view. Over great place and staff....Thanks again to BILL !!! Thank you very much Bill!

    « Got Some Sleep! »

The room was clean, the breakfast was decent, but best of all the room was dark and quiet! I have lots of trouble sleeping when I travel because of the loud air conditioning units and the sun waking me up. This hotel is better than most! We have stayed many times at Hyatt House in King of Prussia. Although the hotel is very nice, I can never sleep there because the air conditioning units are so noisy! We will definitely stay at the Best Western again!

« No Cleaniing Service, Dirty sheets »

We checked in Friday for Parents Weekend. No early checkin by phone or email. Upon arrival in our room at 9pm we noticed the sheets on one of the beds were stained or dirty. The phone in the room didn't work to call the front desk. We moved sheets and made alternate arrangements. The second night we returned to the room at 9pm to find a room that hadn't been serviced nor had the sheets been changed =change laundry notice had been put on the bed. We had to use our cell phone to contract the front desk. The Maintenance person delivered sheets and towels. Not the upkeep or cleanliness we have experienced in other hotels in the area.

    5
    « Excellent »

NIce size rooms, comfortable beds, coffee maker and frig in room. Nice outside area form room to sit on.Staff very friendly at check in. They were able to tell us about restuarants in the area and driving directions and time into Philadelphia. I would highly recommend this hotel.

    5
« Extended stay with no issues »

Stayed 10 days at the BWKoP. Breakfast was suitable. Room was clean and well appointed. This is NOT super fancy but the folks there make you feel welcome. Hotel is close to everything. Daily cleaning was fantastic.

    5
    « Excellent value »

Very clean and quiet with comfortable beds. The breakfast was OK by hotel standards. Across the street from the huge King of Prussia mall. Service by staff was excellent. Convenient to the highway for travelers.

    5
« Quiet and clean, plus a healthy breakfast »

Conveniently located on my drive from Cincinnati to Philadelphia. I stayed 2 lovely nights here. Felicia and John helped me find the perfectly quiet room on the 4th floor of building D overlooking the courtyard, away from the elevator and ice machine. (Also, away from the soccer team coming in later that night on the first floor.) Parking is free, wifi good and free, and breakfast is free. (Sausage, scrambled / hard boiled eggs, toast, pastries, juice, cereal, yogurt, and coffee.) The courtyard was lovely. Hint, if you're driving into Philly try to take the backroads, i.e, King of Prussia Rd, Upper Gulph Rd, PA-320 S... just gorgeous and you'll miss the traffic, mostly. Beautiful old homes... Jeff and Kryzia were great at checkout time.

    3
    « VERY BASIC HOTEL »

Choose this place to stay when attending a concert in Philadelphia so we didn't have to drive the whole way home late at night. It was very basic, without anything special. The breakfast was just mediocre. There were scrambled eggs, looked OK, but I'm not a fan. The biscuits were extremely dry and somewhat hard. I made a sandwich with a sausage patty. The muffins/danish were pre-packaged and not that great. The fruit was mostly canned fruit salad. The space for breakfast was too small to accommodate the number of guests. The entrance door to the building was broken and we had to walk around to get in. We didn't use it, but someone said the pool was out of commission. The room itself was quite pleasant, and we asked for and got a quiet location. The room was adequate size and in very good condition. Had trouble at checkout. Their computer system went down and the front desk person just wanted to email me a receipt. I was using a gift card and she wanted me to leave it with her and she would use it and reduce my credit card balance due later once the system was back up. I refused because I wanted a receipt showing that I provided that gift card (it would have been like leaving cash without getting a receipt). She figured something out and generated a receipt when I pushed the issue. Overall, I'm not sure how this place was rated 4.5 stars. I put it at more like 3. Not bad, but not special enough for 4.5. I think TA reviewers are being too generous in their ratings.

    4
    « A great find! »

We recently stayed at Best Western Plus while in the Philly region for a Bruce Springsteen concert. Although the hotel was about 15 minutes from Citizens Bank Park, it is conveniently located right off the turnpike directly across from The King of Prussia Mall. The hotel staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and the beds were super comfy! We will stay there again.

    3
« A decent place to stay in the KofP area »

My wife and I spent three nights here, visiting family and friends. It's clean and functional, just what you'd expect from a Best Western. The breakfast fare was nothing to brag about, but closer than eating at the WaWa across the street. Only real complaint was a hotel full of unruly teenagers that were part of a school tour group. Not the hotel's fault, but I suspect this type of crowd is a big part of their business. King of Prussia Mall is across the extremely busy street, so plan to drive.

    5
« Good price and great location! »

We stayed here when we came down to see Adele. It was close enough to Philly without being too close. There is so much to do within close proximity to this hotel. I would highly recommend this place during your next stay in King of Prussia.

    5
« King of Prussia gem »

The Best Western Hotel is very conveniently located, just off of the highway. The staff were all very polite. Some were especially welcoming and all seemed to be very hard working. The room was clean and comfortable.

    « Labor Day Weekend »

Another great stay at this hotel. It has become our "go to" hotel when visiting my brother. It is easy to get to, close to shopping (the King of Prussia Mall is right across the street) and restaurants, and the rooms and staff are always great! All at a reasonable price. What more could you want?

    4
    « Great room »

The hotel was very clean and I loved the gazebo area. What a beautiful walk in the morning followed by a great breakfast. Only downfall was the traffic in Kop. Front desk personal were very friendly and professional.

    5
    « Great place »

Picked BW for its location. Walking distance to the mall. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent. It certainly has the one of the best breakfasts equal to La Quinta. Price was reasonable. Highly recommended.

    2
    « Disappointed »

We had a few issues with this Best Western Plus. Our first room had huge urine stains on the mattresses so they gave us a second room which had hand towels under the sheets to cover up urine stains. It was just awful. They ended up giving a free night stay and offered us a suite for the night.

    5
    « Another Quality Stay »

This is my lodging of choice when in the area. Though not the cheapest, definitely offers great value for your $. This has been especially true for some of my stays, though this particular one was at a rather higher rate. Fortunately had gift card $ from BW rewards, so the hit on the wallet wasn't as bad. Also, have appreciated the rewards points leading to free stays.

    4
    « Coming back »

Have stayed at this location numerous times with no issues. Staff is friendly and attentive. Remembers the needs of my daughters and myself. The hotel is both neat and tidy. Breakfast is good and filling. Beds are a little to soft for my taste. Great value and will be returning to stay. Also, great location to food, shopping, entertainment and travel.

    5
    « 5 night stay »

From the start this hotel was great! Check in was smooth and easy. Open the door to a lovely room with a mini frig which I didnt expect. Room was clean and updated. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Everything went well. The only thing about the stay was the bed was not as firm as I like it but my daughter had no problem with it. Another thing to note is that this hotel is right across the street from Chili's, Wawa's and the King of Prussia Mall but it is not pedestrian friendly so you have to cross four lanes of traffic. Great location but be careful when crossing! I rented a car for a couple days but also used SEPTA train and bus. A plus is that there is a bus stop right on the property and I was able to catch it there with my luggage all the way to 30th street station which was a huge $$ savings so I didnt need to use a taxi or uber. Recommend this hotel - I'd stay there again for sure!!

    4
    « Fun in Pennsylvania »

We had a very enjoyable stay. A very nice perk is the complimentary breakfast each day with its abundant choices which kept everyone happy. The location is good for freeway access which opens up trips to Philadelphia and points west. Over all we had a great time and will be staying here the next time we are in town.

    « More than I expected! »

My friend and I went away this past weekend and loved this hotel! It is easy to find - across from the mall and 10 minutes from Valley Forge. Our room faced courtyard with a gazebo that is beautifully landscaped and we had sliding doors that lead to a balcony with two chairs. There is also a pool but we didn't use - but looked nice. Didn't even hear the traffic on the other side of the hotel. The room was clean, shower pressure good and plenty of towels. The breakfast had a great variety - fresh fruit, cold and hot cereal, eggs - hard boiled or scrambled with sausage, pastries and juices with coffee and tea. The room was busy and there was an outdoor seating area. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to come back - possibly in the fall for some early Christmas shopping :)

« Great Hotel, Strategically Located »

Hotel was really clean and the staff was really friendly. It was also very easy getting to different food places. However, breakfast was somewhat lacking when compared to other Best Western Hotels. Nevertheless, it was still a great one night stay!

« Just what we needed! »

My husband had eye surgery in Philadelphia, PA. It was scheduled for Wednesday, 7/27/16. Normally we would have stayed in Philadelphia but due to the Democratic National Convention,we could not get a hotel room. As I increased our commute distance I was fortunate to find this hotel. After making our reservation, I called the hotel and spoke to Tom explaining our purpose in staying there. He was fantastic and reserved a room away from any noise. Allowing my husband to rest quietly after surgery. I followed up a few days later and spoke to Bill making sure that we were good to go. The morning of our check in date I called again and found out our room was changed but would be about the same as far as quiet and peaceful. I was apprehensive but was assured that the staff would do everything possible to proved a quiet restful room. ( I knew my daughter was sending a get well gift to my husband and I had given her the original reserved room number. Bill made sure to take the delivery upon arrival and hold it for me at the front desk.) We checked in at approximately 10:00pm. The two men at the desk were warm and helpful. One of the men actually commutes from Philadelphia to the hotel and provided us with excellent directions, taking back roads thus avoiding the main roads and many traffic delays. This was invaluable! What was a stressful time turned into an enjoyable stay, thanks to the incredible employees we interacted with. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. We would definitely return.....this time for vacation!

« First trip to Philadelphia and King of Prussia »

Nice hotel. Clean, friendly staff and great morning breakfast to get you started for the day. Beds were very comfortable and the hotel was located near many restaurants, historical sites and Villanova University. It was easy to drive to nearby sites and towns as well as Philadelphia. I'll definitely be back again in the summer to hopefully use the outdoor pool.

    « Very nice place »

I decided to stay at this Best Western for a birthday celebration. I'm certainly glad I did. It was a really nice hotel and a great property. The staff was nice and helpful and the rate was reasonable. And the room was big and comfortable. I will definitely be back.

« Great Hotel for Reasonable Price »

I stayed at this hotel for a week while attending a seminar in the area. I was very happy with this hotel during my stay. The rooms are clean and well kept. The facility seems new or updated. Everything is in good repair and is attractive. The inner courtyard and pool area is a pleasant surprise. It is very well landscaped and a peaceful place to walk or sit. The amenities such as the pool, breakfast, and exercise room are all quality and professionally maintained. The staff all seems pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel is very good. There are restaurants, gas stations, and convenience stores all close by. The huge King of Prussia Mall is within a mile of the hotel as well. All of these positives were topped off by the reasonable price for the stay, especially when compared to the prices of the other hotels in the area. I would highly recommend this hotel for someone who wants a quality place to stay while still needing to keep expense in mind.

Over all is a nice place to stay, the rooms was clean, the bathroom also nice and clean, breakfast is good, the staff are pleasant and helpful.I do recommend this location..The only thing is that probably the computers need to be updated because it seems that they are having problems with the swapping of the credit cards.

    « Pretty Nice Hotel »

The staff at this hotel is exceptional. It will be the main reason why I will stay again when I am back in the area. I travel a lot for business so I can be rather picky when it comes to hotels. The staff: Amazing....seriously might be the best. I have stayed at much higher end hotels and to be honest they are usually rude. The best western, the staff goes out of their way to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. Very friendly. I use the meeting rooms in the hotel and they help my unload my car, clean up, and reload it for me. I never get that at any other place I travel to. Well done! Room: Ok....I will not say its the greatest but it is clean. The shower tile was the only thing that had a little residue on it but it wasn't to the point I was creeped out. Bed was ok....not the best, def. not the worst. The only negative I will say is the AC unit. It blows in your face the entire night and it does not make the room too cold. The humidity was terrible when I was there so that might have been a factor but it was more the air blowing in the face at night. Woke up very congested from it. Other than the AC unit, very nice and comfortable stay.

« Very Nice Hotel in a Great Neighborhood »

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well. Best of all was the location of this hotel. It was close to a number of excellent restaurants, a large mall, and other attractions. We also found it fairly easy to make our way into Philadelphia from this property. We highly recommend this hotel.

    3
    « A weak Best Western Property »

Despite the high room rate, shortcuts abound. The bed linens are not the same superior quality encountered in other Best Western hotels, likewise the toiletrees were average quality. The swimming pool ran out of towels by mid afternoon. The facility rquires a lot of walking to one's room since it's a sprawling two story building.

    « Homey Hotel »

On our visit for four days to the King of Prussia we were very happy to stay at the Best Western Plus! We were there to visit family and we enjoyed the pool area, the morning breakfasts were fantastic, we enjoyed our deck listening to the cicadas, the beds were very comfortable and the staff were most helpful when we arrived for an early check-in. We highly recommend staying here.

    « Great hotel! »

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! We chose this hotel because we were visiting area attractions including Sesame Place, King of Prussia Mall, and Valley Forge. The hotel is updated and clean. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The courtyard area is beautiful and we enjoyed eating breakfast outside overlooking it. The pool was small, but nice, and open late. The complimentary breakfast was ok; the area is too small, so it was difficult to maneuver around people. They also ran out of some things on the second morning. The shower lacked water pressure and it was difficult to get colder water. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel. It's convenient, well maintained, very clean, and a good value!

« Gem in King of Prussia »

We needed an overnight on way to shore. This Best Western was such a pleasant surprise! It's conveniently off the parkway, near so many places to eat, and the pool area was so beautifully landscaped and well stocked with towels. The hotel had advertised a continental breakfast (good for hubby, not me as dietary reasons; do better with proteins) Lo and behold, hard boiled eggs, sausage, and ham! And great selection of teas as well. BUT MOST IMPRESSIVE, was the breakfast room staff person. This little lady was constantly cleaning, restocking all the juices, food items, etc. Don't remember her name, but she was amazing and pleasant. We will definitely stay again, as bed was very comfortable and clean. Our first BW stay, but won't be our last...

    « Decent Hotel! »

Very nice hotel! Easy to find, accessible to the King of Prussia Mall, and tons of other stores and restaurants around the area. Check in and out was very easy and wonderful hotel staff. Big, clean, comfy room. I had originally booked a one bed room, but called on the way to see if I could change to two beds and was quickly accommodated. Continental breakfast was ok, I've had better and worse. Scrambled eggs, french toast sticks, meat, toast, hard boiled eggs, etc. All in all, nice hotel and I'd stay here again!

    « Great hotel experience »

I have stayed here twice and its so clean, and comfortable. Everyone is nice and polite. Its near everything. It is busy area but its quiet in room. Beds are comfortable. The bathroom has shower head that has a lot of pressure and get great massage. The room always smells good. I recommend hotel.

    « Loved this hotel »

Breakfast said to be continental, but there were omelets & sausage 1st day and scrambled & ham 2nd. Lovely patio. Great caring staff. Clean, amply furnished, roomy rooms. Multiple entrances and parking very near the one closest to our room. Special requests met extremely promptly. Nice lounge. No microwave in room but one available in common area. Pool looked great and was very quiet. Fitness center looked well-equipped.

« Who knew w Best Western could be so nice! »

Lovely grounds, a nice staff, well sized rooms and plenty to do nearby make this BW a great find in the KoP area. The front desk staff was friendly and energetic. Andrew called me the evening of my expected arrival to let me know my credit card had expired but they were holding the room of the fully booked hotel and calling me to get an updated card. Good job! Funnily, I was in the lobby when he called. I also got a room on a high level floor as requested. The beds were comfy, the room big enough for two people to stay two nights. The bathtub faucet face plate was loose and fell off while my daughter was showering but I was able to screw it back on. We had a room facing the beautifully landscaped courtyard. Aside from a family of what sounded like elephants arriving later that night our stay was quiet. The hotel fell a little with Sunday breakfast. It was a disaster with long lines for food, food and coffee running out and tables going unwiped between customers. There was a free Sunday paper and yes I eventually got my breakfast and coffee but it wasn't the way I wanted to start my day. Monday's breakfast went much better. We used the fitness center. The treadmill and elliptical worked, the t.v worked and there were clean towels, exercise mats, two big balls, and a weight lifting apparatus. No complaints. Bonus- the bathrooms were right outside the room. The hotel looks over the KoP mall and is minutes from Valley Forge and Villanova. About 30 minutes from the touristy areas of Philly. It's next to a great Indian restaurant, pizza place and across the street from WaWa. What more could you want?!

    « Exceptional Hotel & Fantastic Service »

I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival being a hotel developer myself, I find the property to be in a great location, conveniently located across from the largest shopping mall in the country. Once inside the hotel, you would feel more at a country resort rather than a typical Best Western with its charming character, pretty courtyard, swimming pool and gazebo. The staff and attendants were outstanding and very accommodating. The rooms were large, very comfortable bed, clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was very tasty with a generous assortment to satisfied most travelers. I especially thank Adam the GM and Tom Moran the Operations Manager whom I had the pleasure of meeting who were gracious, went out of their way to insure we had a great experience. If I could give this a hotel a 6 star I would based on the fantastic service and cleanliness of the property. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommended this treasure of a property to my family and friends.

« Great stay, great staff »

We stayed here for five days in July 2016. Lovely homey friendly atmosphere, stellar staff especially Bill on reception who was outstanding. Nice comfortable big room, great air conditioning which you need when it's 100F with hugh humidity. Free breakfasts including hot items (eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles on different days), which were much appreciated. Free coffee and ice all day. Fridge in room which was a brilliant idea because it meant you could go to the Wawa store over the road and get snacks/drinks/fruit. KoP is not pedestrian-friendly but taxis are easy to get and cheap and you can get into Philly easily by the Norristown rail line. KoP mall is of course great fun and so is Valley forge mall with Target, Michaels, McDs and other stores. We enjoyed our stay very much.

« Good location, decent hotel »

The hotel was clean, good sleep quality, very nice staff. They allowed us to use the conference room for an hour since no one else was using it. 100's of shopping and food options in the area so you will likely spend most of the time out of the hotel. Our flight back got canceled so we decided to drive, and not stay the last night of a 3 night stay. They wouldn't budge to return money for 1 night, a gift cert for future stay, nothing. That was somewhat poor customer service but did not ruin our stay. e

« Best Western Plus KOP »

Very nice hotel. Inner courtyard was well maintained and a pleasure to walk through. Pool was small but adequate. Breakfast area was crowded due to hotel being sold out but workers kept food stocked and area clean. Food was very good with good selection of fruit, eggs, meat, waffles, bagels and cereals. High traffic area across from large shopping mall. Hard to walk anywhere due to traffic.

    « Not satisfatory »

Stay at this hotel was not satisfied. I had booked for 3 days but checked out in 2 days. Rooms are not good. Old furniture, old carpet, no good smell, no microwave in the room. Feels like cheap motel room.

    3
    « service? »

Confusion at check-in. Got a key and entered an already-occupied room. Had already brought bags down to room so it was inconvenient to have to get a new key/room and bring everything to a new location. Breakfast was mobbed in the morning, not even worth attempting to get something. Left item in room so called and left message with housekeeping but got no response.

    « Wonderful Experience »

I stayed at the Best Western King of Prussia from February 1 - April 25, 2016. I travel a lot for work. I chose this hotel over several other hotels that were closer to my work site because of the wonderful conversation I had with Mrs. Felicia. She has such a wonderful personality, great work ethic and loving spirit; with a and zest for life that it comes through in her voice. We were instant friends. Check in was smooth. My room was big with a beautiful view of the courtyard and I was close to the front entrance. The bathroom was big and had plenty of counter space. My room had 2 queen beds, chest, night stand, with a large desk and a huge wardrobe for your clothes. The bed was VERY comfortable and the pillows felt like clouds. In the morning I went for breakfast. The breakfast is both hot and cold. There is cereal, toast, bagels, yogurt, eggs, fresh fruit, waffles, muffins, bacon, sausage, etc.. The hotel is a mere one block away from the King of Prussia Mall. The mall is so big that it has 3 sections. There are so many stores in that mall that you can go crazy! The staff is filled with wonderful, charming, sweet people that made my long stay away from home, very easy to bare. The front desk manager, Andrew made me laugh every time I saw him. He has such a sunny personality that you smile because he is smiling. He has a way of making everything come up sunny, even when you've been gettin drenched in the storm. Maurya, the director of sales, is so sweet and wonderful. She made me feel like we were sisters in another life. Her thoughtfulness, helpful assistance, and loving spirit is truly wonderful to have experienced. Alonzo, one of the other front desk personnel is a great person. He has a great personality and professionalism. He always greeted me with a smile and offer to assist. We had some truly great conversations that made the homesickness go away. Domique, the night security guard has a sweet quiet demeanor. He is very professional and is always ready to assist you in any way. Staying at the Best Western King of Prussia was definitely a great choice. The only cons I have about this hotel is that there are no microwaves in the rooms. You have to go to the kitchen area where there is only one microwave; and the cleaning staff have to constantly be reminded to clean my room on the schedule that I had requested.

    5
« Clean and like new on the inside »

The hotel is located right across the street from the mall (although you can't walk there). We found the outside to be rather typical looking but the inside was just like new. Very clean and the breakfast was great. Would stay here again anytime.

    « Stay-cation »

Staff very helpful grounds very nice and well manged. Pool and hot tub nice as well as gazebo area. Breakfast was hit and miss some days but overall good meals. Right across from chili's and wawa for late night bites to eat or drinks as well as King of Purissa mall directly from the hotel was nice to walk around to get out the room.

« Four Nights of Peace & Quiet »

I stayed here while my son was away at soccer camp. The hotel is within 15 minutes of Eastern U. Where my son played. The hotel is clean and it was very quiet at night. The only issue I had was with the wifi. I was in room 157. The wifi only worked when I stood by the doorway. I called front desk for help. Manager Andrew was very proactive. He eventually moved me to another room with better wifi. The wifi in my new room still wasn't 100% but I very much appreciate Manager Andrew trying to do his best to fix it. That commitment to customer service is why I'll always consider Best Western Plus.

nice hotel. pool and hot tub. easy to get to. close to huge mall with many dinner options, although you have to drive to them because the nearby intersection is very busy and does not allow pedestrians

    « Weekend Away »

We decided to go away for the weekend, somewhere kind of local just to get away from work, stress, and everyday projects. My husband and I decided to stay here to go to the mall and just relax. The hotel is pretty nice. Lobby is kind of old looking, needs updated however the rooms are very nice and modern, or at least ours was. POSTIVES ABOUT THE STAY- Location-was right off the highway. Within a 10 minute walk (even though right across the street to the mall, due to the way the streets are lined up). Plenty of places to eat, shop, and see a movie right within walking distance. Free Breakfast-Breakfast was very nice. We went early both days and it was nice and full with great opinions. Both days were a bit different. Both days did have cereals, bagels, pastries, fruits, oatmeal, and different juices and milks. Sunday they also had eggs, and sausage, and on Monday they had eggs, bacon, and sausage gravy with biscuits. I would recommend going earlier in the day so you can get it. I went down almost towards the end for a juice and they were out of almost everything. Pool and Hot Tub Area-The Pool and hot tub area are awesome. Pool only goes to about 4 1/2 feet but was nice. Hot Tub was the best and loved it. My husband and I went there often on our trip there. Garden Courtyard Area-Great place to sit and just unwind in the gazebo. My husband and I visited often on our two days here. Rooms-Rooms had King bed in it. Was nice and big. Very Clean. Lots of room for your stuff. Bed was comfortable and nice. Refrigerators were in the room which made it nice. NEGATIVES ABOUT THE STAY- Check in was easy, except First day we checked in while we were unpacking the people in line behind us at check in were also given the same room as us. As I was unpacking they just walked right on in. Thank God I had waited to change or they would have walked in on me. Then of course our keys were deactivated due to it and we had to go back down to the front desk. Noisy Saturday Night-Saturday night was loud in our hall for a long time. There was some sort of team in the room and they were up and down the hall and knocking on doors that were not team related. Didn't call the front desk because they couldn't control knocking on the wrong doors. Walls/ceilings thin. Could hear everything going on above us with heavy feet. Believe that people that are staying separate should not be linked in with a team or a big group. Made it very uneasy that Saturday night and almost wanted to check out. Recommend a room with the courtyard/garden view. Street side we were on was a bit noisy here and there during the night due to being right off the highway. Sunday how ever was perfect and no complaints. Again they cant always help what other guest do. No Show-Called Front Desk on Sunday early afternoon to ask for an extra shampoo and conditioner and was told it would be up. Explained we would be at the pool and the door said do not disturbed because of the knocking from the wrong people but they were ok to come on in and leave it. Never got it. Had to call down on Monday around 7 for it and the guy at the front desk wasn't the nicest about housekeeping not starting for awhile and that we would have to pick up at front desk which is what my husband said we were going to do . Pillows-Pillows were to soft and had no pep to them. Pool Area-Pool said was heated but seemed pretty cool. But not sure if pool was cold because sun wasn't out but was supposed to be hot out so maybe heat turned down. Also kids (again cant always help) were diving when it says no diving. I would stay here again. Again I think some of our issues were due to the guest and not the hotel itself.

    « Two day stay »

My wife and I stayed at this hotel because of the price and high hotel rating on Trip Advisor. The motel is close to the mall. That's the only positive thing I would say for this place. The staff is appropriate for this establishment. We had to stay in two rooms because I saw a mouse in the first room. The motel offered 25% off the room. You decide if that was fair. The tub was not draining properly from shower usage and the toilet leaked in the back. The free breakfast was okay not one of the best. I would not return to this place. It's truly a glorified motel that's close to the mall. For the price you could just stay at the motel 6.

    « Good stay »

This hotel is very close to my office so that made it a great location. I showed up tp check in at the same time as about 10 others! crazy check in. The staff were VERY efficient and courteous despite another guest in a large party that made too may reservations and they handled it quickly and appropriately not charging the guest for a mistake the guest made, unlike other hotel chains. Nice Best Western! the breakfast was fine, they had eggs and ham although they eggs were watery. The hotel has gotten too big for the breakfast room. That needs to be renovated. breakfast was very crowded and not efficiently set up. Other than that, nice hotel. The rooms was very clean and nicely decorated. I'd stay here again. The walls were sort of thin, I did here every time another guest left their room or upstairs when they turned on the shower.

Rooms were nice with comfortable beds. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was the normal hotel fare. Breakfast area was a bit small and there was a tour bus so the staff opened a banquet room so everyone could sit. My only complaint is they need to have more towels. Three sets doesn't work for a family of four

We had a birthday party on Saturday morning so it made sense to stay close to the party. From the moment i made the reservation, the staff was helpful and friendly. « Trip to Philadelphia! Should be 4 Star, But! »

This Hotel is Very Nice, Clean & Comfortable!! Location was ideal for us right off the highway and plenty of choices to eat at. Breakfast buffet at the hotel was average and as expected. The only Complaint we had was between floors lacks serious sound barrier!! It sounded like elephants were above us!! If the room above you is occupied you will hear everything!! This being a newer hotel it gives you the feel of cheap/or cutting corners during construction! We did try to be understanding for about 3 hours, but we finally did make a complaint about this to the front desk. Overall our stay was fine, but the noise factor above us and hearing water running from other bathrooms around us was an issue. We had two rooms and could still hear the echo from above.

I stayed here to go to a concert in Philadelphia. It was a great choice. Easy to get to road into Philly and if the mall is a priority this hotel is right across from the hotel. Pool looked popular. There are other attractions nearby that are not tied to the city.

    « Friendly folks, clean »

I guess people come to bland suburban King of Prussia for the shopping, so while I don't see much appeal from the are itself, I can recommend this BW Plus. We stay here frequently on business when hotels closer to Philadelphia are busy. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. The property is right across from mall, on h main drag but I don't notice road noise as a problem. There's plenty of parking and an adequate free breakfast. There's a "new" wing in his 2-story structure that encloses a grassy courtyard area. We've stayed only in older Roma that have been renovated 2-3 years ago, and they're clean, what we expect from a BW Plus. An added plus is the healthy chain restaurant:bar Seasons 52 across the road in the Mall perimeter. So dinner planning is easy.

If you want higher level hotels, stay across the street in the hotels in the mall.

« Exceptional Property and Staff »

From the General Manager to All of the Staff, these individuals care about your stay. I called the day before my stay. I spoke to ADAM who answered the Property Phone and Fine Tuned My Reservation. Upon Early Check in on Friday I found out and met Adam Krasley (THE GENERAL MANAGER). This staff works together to provide to ones needs. Bill at The Front Desk QUICKLY got us through Check in. We stayed in room 417. Room 417 is on the A SIDE facing the secure interior courtyard, outdoor patios, heated pool and spa(large beach towel in the pool area). The courtyard has expansive lawn, brick walks, flowering plants, bushes and a Large Gazebo. Truly amazing with easy on interstate, Restaurants(Check out the Indian place next door), LargeMall with Neiman Marcus, Lord and Taylor, pubs, upscale stores, Fuel Stations, Top Rated WEGMANS Food Market( if you have never been to a Wegmans it's a destination) . Our Housekeeper was Paula. She greeted us on our Early Arrival and provided extra soaps, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, cups, and towels. Another Example of Exceptional Uniformed Staff. In the evening outside of Entrance D the Garbage can was Full. I was on my way back to the room after visiting the Business Center and Workout Room. I stopped by the front desk. I brought it to the attention of the Front Desk. By the time I got back to the Elevator by Entrance D the Maintenance was putting a new bag in. That service folks! The front desk THANKED Me for informing them. This is a great property! I highly recommend this property. If your going to be in the area book early and enjoy the facility! To complete this review I give Nala the Breakfast Chief the highest compliments. She was friendly professional, caring, maintained the area, replenished food before it was gone, checked on guest, and made you feel welcomed. I look forward to my next visit. There may be a getaway weekend to make it happen sooner! Enjoy, and as always if for some unknown reason there is a problem give them a chance to resolve it! Those who know my reviews know I can be brutally honest and scathing when things are terrible!

I have to say this Best Western exceeded my expectations. I've stayed at many Best Western properties but I was very impressed. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean and well equipped. Excellent balcony, very private even though a major highway and mall area was just outside. A peaceful stay with all the amenities. The free breakfast was surprisingly not bad. Clearly not 5 star but surpassing my expectations. The check out at 12pm is really great to not have to rush out at the end of your stay. Sleep in a bit before traveling home (4+ hours in our case) was refreshing. I plan to visit the area again and this property is at the top of my list. Thanks to all for a great stay!

This location is one of my favorites! They have great staff as everyone is friendly. The rooms are very modern in decor and are always clean. The amenities from the pool to the fitness center makes it even better! Great place to stay when in the area!

Room was clean, water was hot and shower felt good after a long day of training. Hotel lobby was clean and looked nice, wasn't the bare minimum like so many others are. Everything had the look of little extra had been done.

    « A Perfect Stay »

Good room amenities and well appointed room decor. There was a nice outdoor courtyard. Breakfast was perfect and had good variety and I even sat outside on patio. Checkin went smooth and checkout receipt was under my door in the morning.

    « quick stop »

I merely stopped in at the Best Western last night to use the bathroom. I stopped at the wawa across the street and they had no bathrooms. when I pulled in, I noticed the grounds were very well kept. I, myself, work in the hotel business in Delaware so I have a high attention to detail. the lobby was bright and inviting. Alonzo at the desk was very busy at the time but was handling his business professionally and with a smile on his face. He allowed me to use the bathroom and the bathroom was clean and I was very thankful for Alonzo and the Best Western for assisting me in my bathroom emergency :) thanks again guys

« 2 Nights in King Of Prussia »

Excellent hotel, rooms were clean and comfortable. The view of the courtyard from the rooms on the inside of the hotel was very nice. The Hotel staff employees were very nice and helpful, we had booked two rooms separately and without asking the check in clerk put us together.

« Super value for money!!! »

Initially I wanted to stay for couple of weeks in this hotel, but ended up staying in the hotel for almost next 2 year. Staff were super helpful. Rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast ,fitness center and swimming pool were added bonuses . Right in the middle of the King of Prussia. Ideal location If you plan for a King of Prussia mall shopping spree. All in all this place is Super Value for your money. I am not hesitant to recommend this hotel for anyone.

« Good til the end »

At check out, I had a seven hour drive ahead of me. I asked the guy at the front desk if by chance he had any bottled water, and he said he did, but there was a charge to it. I just stayed three nights, paid $120/night, and you can't give me a $0.25 bottle of water? Left a bad taste in my mouth at check out...

    « Very nice hotel »

We frequently stay in BW, since we are card holders. This is an all around very nice hotel. Great location for Valley Forge visit and 17 miles from Philadelphia. Full breakfast is included, which is a always a great perk. Staff, especially Bill at check in, were all very helpful. The K of P Mall is about a mile away. Hotel is modern, smoke-free, clean and quiet. No problem finding a place to eat. Not a resort hotel, a vacation and business hotel..

    « Good Stay »

Friendly staff, clean room, good location to where we needed to be, great breakfast. Only thing was that our room did not get cleaned the next day. Staff was apologetic and gave us extra towels, shampoo, coffee, etc. Must be the cleaning people had left because they didn't offer to clean it.

« Good stop for Philadelphia visit »

Balconies/patios face large landscaped courtyard, a quiet respite from the busy surrounding traffic. Rooms large and clean. Breakfast offers lots of choices. Trip into Philadelphia on Schuykyll always a challenge. Bus stop close by to take you in by mass transit.

    « Lots of balconies »

Very nice hotel. Interior rooms have balconies looking over very nicely manicured landscaping. Breakfast included, eggs were reconstituted so not the greatest. Room was comfortable. Located near a busy intersection so getting into the parking lot can be awkward but there is a back way in that is easy. Very close to King of Prussia Mall.

The stay at this hotel was a treat: helpful, efficient staff, superclean and comfortable room, immaculate grounds, great breakfast with fresh fruit, beautiful inner gardens and lawn, close to restaurants and valley Forge NP. A great experience!

Very good overall experience. Helpful staff, well appointed hotel with excellent amenities, including an exceptional continental breakfast and unbelievably comfortable beds. Water pressure is not great and no fan in the bathroom is disappointing, but overall it was a great experience. I'd definitely choose this hotel over others the next time.

« Great value just outside of Philly »

Came in to Philly to see the Picasso exhibit at the Barnes. It was an easy 30 minute drive into the downtown core on the weekend with a good GPS. The Barnes provides valet parking as well as easy self parking. The price and value compared to downtown Philly. FYI If you are heading into the downtown core during rush hour during the week, the drive will be considerably longer and slower. I checked the transit options which included multiple changes between buses and trains. Check with the front desk for options. Good luck.

    « Chaueffeur »

I am not a fan of Best Western,HOWEVER, this one is not bad. The continental breakfast is poor and the coffee out of the machine is strong. Now the coffee served in the room for my group I was with was good. The rooms are decent. Bathroom was a nice size with spacious room on the vanity. Towels were also nice. The bedding could improve. There was no spare blanket in the closet and the pillows are the cheap fiber-filled.Over-all a pretty good hotel.

« Excellent place to stay! »

We chose this hotel because it was about 15 minutes from Chanticleer Garden. The room was fine but the outstanding feature was the balcony which overlooked a very lovely landscaped garden. There were a couple of restaurants in walking distance next door and many more in the Mall across the street. We walked to a Mexican restaurant a couple of hundred yards away. The food was good and very reasonable. The place was packed as a result! Breakfast was typical motel but there was fresh fruit and a number of choices. I would recommend passing on the fried eggs which were rubbery and cold.

    « Continues to Please »

This hotel has become my preferred choice when visiting this area. Never seems to let me down for comfort, cleanliness, and value. Only issues have been the check-in/check-out process could be quicker if the other clerk on duty would respond faster when the other clerk is tied up with another guest and I am waiting. Multiple times recently the guest ahead of me has been trying to resolve issues or make new reservations, and for me it would be quick. I've also had to wait for printouts and room cards to be created, whereas other hotels have had them all done before I got there. Other than that, the near bed in the room was about 6" too close to the wall. However, it speaks well to the quality of the mattress/bedstead that I couldn't move it myself.

    « Fab family hotel »

We came here for a few days last Summer and the hotel was fantastic! Beds super comfy, nice and spacious rooms with quite a big bathroom, and a pool for the kids. It's right across the road from a Chilis restaurant and so nearby the huge shopping centre. My sister and I didn't want to leave because it was one of the best hotels we had ever been in going on how large, bright and airy the rooms were! My only negative would be that there is not too big a breakfast spread. If ever in the area again we would definitely choose this hotel!

I have been here multiple times, they treat me like I am coming home after a long day at work. Room is always clean, I was able to iron my shirt with supplied ironing board and iron for my in town visit.

« Surprised by the great quality of this hotel!! »

My last experience with a Best Western was years and years ago. It was a standard, roadside motel, a little shabby. This Best Western Plus suprised me, in a great way. I stayed because of all the positive reviews I read. They're true. The room was exceptionally clean, modern, comfortable. The beds were SHOCKINGLY comfortable (I have chronic injuries and muscular issues, I notice beds that give me a good night's sleep...) Customer service was awesome. Everyone I interacted with at the hotel was kind, friendly and helpful. I asked for a quiet room, and they put me in the back of the hotel. That was really nice - and, indeed, quiet. I left so early the next day that I didn't try the breakfast. There is a 24-hour Wawa across the street - I took advantage of that for breakfast. Useful if you're keeping weird hours.

    « Fantastic and Beyond ! »

From the moment we entered this hotel , we were warmly greeted by Andrew Leinbach , the Front Desk Manager. This was the first time we had ever stayed in this hotel and thanks to this wonderful manager and of course, the fine facilities and services , this will definitely not be our last. The manager made sure we got the accommodation that we needed. Our room was large, airy , well decorated and very clean and comfortable.. Everything we wanted , was included in our room ( nice fridge, comfortable beds and bedding , tea etc ) and so much more . .We are looking forward to coming back to this hotel , as soon as we can . ,

    « All around excellence »

My family was in town for a funeral and several of us booked rooms here. It was quiet, the rooms were very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. I had accidentally booked a room for the wrong night and the staff fixed it for me without any difficulty. The breakfast room can get a little crowded but the food is well made and there is always plenty. I would go back to this hotel any time I was visiting the area.

« Pleasant one night stay »

We are checking out in just a little while, but we have had a great one night stay here. Check-in yesterday was smooth, and though I had booked a king room due to availability, when they saw that is was just my teenage daughter and myself, they asked if we would prefer two queens. Very appreciated. We also asked for a quiet room and were given a room on the top floor, far away from the elevator. The little things, such as the nightlight on the clock, the make-up remover wipes, good in-room selection of coffee, paper cups, and handy thermostat were very nice touches, especially at this price point. We especially loved the door and screen door that opened(!) to the well-landscaped courtyard below. Great selection at breakfast, and we even went on the late side. The two gentlemen running the breakfast room were friendly, patient and kind. Will not hesitate to recommend this hotel or stay here again when we are in the area.

    « Better Than Expected! »

We're drove down late, and the gentleman at the desk was nice. The room was bigger than expected and the WiFi in the room was strong. The room was clean and tidy and BIG! The breakfast was good and check-in and check-out was quick.

    1
« Run, the other way. »

As planned and notified, we arrived late, close to 11pm. The room we reserved was not available, so for 3 people we did not receive 2 queen beds but rather a king bed and a disgusting roll away. The pillows were wimpy, lumpy, and worthy of the trash. The sheets were not percale, nor sateen, nor crisp cotton, instead they were flannel-like. The wallpaper was peeling and the list goes on. The breakfast was unappealing, although I did have an orange. The good things, we only stayed one-night and the location was right.

I am a billiards instructor and found Best Western to be a good place to say. I give it a 10 the service was first class and they had a full hot breakfast. price was good. I was happy. it is all good. I have been teaching pocket billiards all over the country and always try to stay at a Best Western. They give you a great price, and it is always a quality room

« Good hotel - could be better »

Hotel is ok. TV selection is horrible!! Why can't everybody have DirectTV?? 5 shopping channels 5 news - 4 - ABC / NBC / CBS / Fox. Chip from shower ceiling fell into shower (do the repair right). Great breakfast - lady works very hard to assure items are available. Not a business friendly hotel - expected a better rate - stayed total of 25+ nights (2 travelers) should have been $75 was rate of $100.

For a hotel that is right off the highway and across the street from a large mall, this hotel is very peaceful. Love the courtyard where you can stroll and sit. I was there to visit a brother in hospital off City Ave. It was worth the drive to this place to get away fropm the city

My daughters and I stayed at this hotel for two nights in April 2016. Upon entering the hotel, we found a somewhat frazzled front desk worker with a line of customers in front of her. As we waited our turn, we came to understand that three bus loads of middle school boys were staying at the hotel while attending a basketball tournament. No wonder she was frazzled! The room we were staying in was (happily!) far away from the players. We heard absolutely no noise from any other rooms. The room was clean, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, the towels were plentiful and quite large by hotel standards. I liked that the room temperature was set using a wall thermostat, rather than trying to figure out the controls on the window unit. We were able to get a good night's sleep without being too hot or too cold. The only reason I gave this hotel four stars rather than five was because of the breakfast service. This is a rather large hotel, but the breakfast room was incredibly small. They had an additional conference room open down the hall to absorb the overflow. The first morning we had breakfast, I was surprised to see maple syrup, but no pancakes or waffles. I am used to seeing one or the other at a hotel breakfast. I wondered if they took it away knowing that over 100 teenage boys would be slowing down the service. This was confirmed the following morning when they boys were gone, and two waffle makers were set out for the guests to use. While I understood that decision, I was sad not to get any waffles on that first morning. There is a Chili's restaurant just across the street. We ordered food from them online and we were able to zip straight across the street when the nearby traffic light turned red. I wouldn't recommend trying this on foot. The area is not pedestrian friendly. This hotel is only 20 miles from Philadelphia, but the route to get there isn't easy. Highway 76 is a straight shot, but every time we used it there was horrible traffic. One of the locals said it was always like that. Each of the three times we went both into Philadelphia and back to KOP, it took about an hour. In summary, I would absolutely use this hotel again - when visiting the King of Prussia area and not Philadelphia. Check-out was a breeze. A bill was slipped under my door and we were able to just leave without going to the front desk.

« Clean, Pleasant, Roomy, Easy Access to Shopping, Freeways »

This location made it easy to visit colleges in the area. There is easy access to the freeways without hearing them all night. There is ample dining choices in the area including the King of Prussia Mall across the street. Staff is very pleasant. We did hear the guests above us walking around during the evening. Its a older hotel but well maintained.

    « Excellent service! »

Extremely helpful desk clerks who answered all my varied questions. The rooms were nice and large. Breakfast had many choices. Enjoyed our stay. Trip into Philadelphia wasn't bad on the freeway, but the employees said the traffic can be terrible during rush hour.

« Solid Hotel and Reasonable Price »

I've stayed here several times for business trips. The hotel staff is always professional, friendly and helpful. Check in and out in quick and painless. Rooms are consistently clean and comfortable. Usually very reasonable rates compared to other hotels in the area. Gym is small but still enough to get a workout done. Breakfast is pretty standard, but does have some hot items every morning.

This is a good place to stay for business stays , parking is ok if you get back to the hotel early, breakfast is good, rooms are good, not to much noise in the hallway , they do have some high school sports teams stay there this happen to me once , had to wait for lines at breakfast , poor selections of food , nothing left , over all , ok , I think its the best in the area, it is not a resort area, so you are limited .

« Awesome staff and superb hotel »

I've traveled plenty, within the US and outside of the US, but by far this is one of the BEST Hotels I've stayed in. What makes this Best Western great is the folks that work there (mentioned in the previous panel), they put people and their concerns foremost, the rooms we stayed in was beautifully decorated with lovely portraits on the wall, the colors were serene and reminded me of home, the rooms were immaculately clean thank you to housekeeping. We walked the entire perimeter of the hotel and found it to be well laid out and spotless, the breakfast was plenty and scrumptious. From now on every visit we make to Philly, KoP or Lehigh Valley areas we'll be staying at Best Western Kin of Prussia! Amazing experience!!

« Good value stay at Best Western Plus »

I recently stayed at Best Western Plus King of Prussia for two non-consecutive nights. The hotel is conveniently located, and the rooms were clean and quiet. The staffs were friendly. Selection of food for breakfast, which was included, could be better (but did include scrambled eggs and sausage in addition to the usual carbs and fruits). Overall this hotel offers good value. I will certainly consider staying here again the next time I visit the area.

    « Fantastic stay »

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The employees were more than helpful. We had not been in the area for over 40 years, we got lost driving from the airport. Bill at the front desk guided us in after midnight, he was wonderful. Breakfast was prepared by Nina, this lady is such an asset to the hotel, she is the most pleasant, accommodating employee we met in all the Best Westerns we've stayed in from FL to PA. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept everything full despite the large number of guests. Andy was courteous, helped make us feel we were valued guests. All the employees went out of their way to make our stay wonderful, sorry I did not get everyone's name! If we had a problem it was addressed immediately, the maintenance man replaced our remote right away when it didn't work. The rooms were clean, the hotel does a first rate job of taking care of the guests. If we return to the area this is the only hotel we would stay at. Love the location - right across the road from the mall. Thank you K of P Best Western for such an enjoyable stay, keep up the good work!

    « Disappointing Stay »

We have stayed at this hotel before and have loved it. However during this trip we were first given a room with sheets covered in someone else's hair. We also were awoken 2 out of 3 of our mornings by the house keeping staff. The third day we were out of our room all day until 3:23pm but they never got to our room.

    5
    « Consistent Value »

Have stayed at this hotel multiple times, and it remains a consistent value. It is priced very reasonably for the area, is very conveniently located, and has always proven a very comfortable stay. Staff is friendly and eager to help. Prefer the older section, which makes much more sense with multiple entrances. Newer section forces you to the elevator, with stair doorways exit only. Thus not as convenient to park near the entrance. Elevator very slow and frustrating. Would rather take stairs, but not very convenient as have to enter from central door and walk down hall.

    « WONDERFUL STAY »

My stay was great. Extremely clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for the price. Easy access to the PA Turnpike. The King of Prussia Mall and WaWa Convenience store were right across the street. Our room was comparable to the Sheraton. I will keep this as my first choice the next time I travel to the King of Prussia area. The greatest plus is I did not have to deal with the parking fees like Center City Philly. Most importantly, my teenager liked the room (very comfy---we had a view of the gazebo courtyard.)

We stayed at this location during my son's soccer tournament. After travelling 9 hours, I was looking forward to getting rest in a nice area. This is a very lovely space. The room was lovely, clean, spacious and I loved that we had a private balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable. The amenities were very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Overall great experience. I would return to this location but I would try to make it for the summer months as we were unable to take advantage of the outdoor pool. The breakfast was also very nicely laid out. The choices were not bad. Everything was very clean and well taken care of as were we. Would definitely recommend this location to my fellow travelers. Good job Best Western King of Prussia!

    « Great Staff »

The best part of this hotel is the staff. At check in the clerk was great. Very friendly and fun. The rooms are decent. My non-smoking room smelt like smoke. My room was facing the highway and there was a lot of road noise. I am glad I had ear plugs. The room was clean. The breakfast was not the best. The eggs were wet and dry at the same time. the sausage was sitting in the chaffing dish so long that they were stuck to the bottom. I would stay here again because the price was right for what you get and the staff was excellent.

« Clean with a great full breakfast. »

The room we had was on an upper floor. It was a 2 queen with a beautiful view of the courtyard and pool. The hotel is right across the highway from the King of Prussia Mall. The room was very clean and the décor was modern and pleasant. We were there on a long needed date/ getaway, and this hotel was a perfect place to unwind and sleep-in. The staff were so kind, from the check-in person to the check-out person. After we slept-in, we had breakfast. There was so much variety at the breakfast area. We thought maybe we would get a bagel, but they had hot food including waffles, sausage, eggs, ham. They also offered fresh fruit, pastries, juice, coffee, and yes even bagels along with lots of other options. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in town.

« Unexpectedly Surprised, Clean and Comfortable »

I stayed one night for work in February. At first I was skeptical and expected an average hotel with average rooms, boy was I surprised. My room was extremely clean, updated, spacious and comfortable! The bed was soft, but comfortable. Flat screen TV, and a pretty decent view of the courtyard. Thank you for a great stay!

    « Location and Price »

If you're brave enough to walk you can since you are so close to everything. The staff was actually happy to help. The bed was like laying on a cloud. The room itself was nice for its size. Breakfast was on point with a nice mixture of hot food and conventional options. The highlight being able to get fresh waffles.

« Great Value with amazing staff »

If you are looking for a place to stay in the Philadelphia area, I highly recommend this property. The rooms are modern and comfortable, the breakfast is well done and the staff is always helpful. I highly recommend it.

« Good location for shopping »

Staff was very friendly. The hotel room was clean and quiet. I like that It was very secure. You need your room card to get in the side door and from the main lobby to the guest rooms. When I arrived the A/C heating unit was unplugged and it was 57 degrees in the room. It was only 23 degrees outside. The maintenance man quickly came and fixed it. He was very nice and helpful. Day 2 - went to Philadelphia for a couple of hours came back and it was 69 degrees in the room. It was set at 74 degrees when I left as it was only 17 degrees on that day. Called for maintenance again and the gentlemen came and told me that the system works on a sensor so when no one is in the room the temperature drops. It was extremely cold when I returned and took hours to warm up. I understand trying to save on electric but with extremely cold temperatures outside guest shouldn't have to be uncomfortable. I really liked that the hotel is across the street from King of Prussia mall. Only negative you can't make a left turn. Easy access to 202, 76 and Valley Forge Casino. The breakfast was just ok. Eggs were cold aand it would be nice to have make your own waffles. Also, having microwaves in every room would be a nice amenity especially when traveling with kids. There's plenty of space in the entertainment unit with the refrigerator to put a microwave. If these improvements are made I would consider staying here again.

    « Okay »

The hotel was not what what I expected. The rooms had poor heating system which was control by senors. When you left the room the heat would change to a lower heat. On your return it would then work back up to your desired temperature which took 3 hours.

However, crazy traffic pattern to be able to enter or leave the property. Quite a large selection of breakfast foods, however, most come in plastic wrap or cans and hard for a diabetic to find a suitable meal. The staff in the breakfast area is kind, friendly and caring.

    « Birthday Getaway Weekend »

We had the most enjoyable weekend at this hotel. We planned a relatively last minute getaway to celebrate my mother in law's 60th birthday, and had three rooms reserved at the hotel. We had requested for our rooms to be nearby each other, and to our delight we had one set of connecting rooms, and then our 3rd room right next door! This hotel was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and it was conveniently located to all of the things we wanted to do! We were just a short drive away from Center City in Philadelphia and Ikea in Conshohocken, and just around the block from some amazing restaurants (We went to Ruth's Chris) and the KOP Shopping Mall. We are already planning on coming back in the summer so that we can take advantage of what looked like a beautiful courtyard and outdoor swimming pool! We have found our new go to hotel when visiting the Philadelphia area! Thank you for such a memorable weekend!

« Good hotel and a good location with fair price »

Had to travel there for a long time friend's funeral. I had a very nice room with a balcony that I could go out on. The balcony had a planter box that was planted with flowers that added a very nice touch. Breakfast was good and very adequate. I definitely recommend.

I have stayed here a few times for business. It is a good location with lots of options for retail shopping and dining. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good with fresh fruit and hot eggs in addition to standard fare. King of Prussia Mall is right across the street.

« Excellent, quiet New Years Eve stay. »

Negative note: they encouraged this TripAdvisor review at the end of a survey which might not happen for negative reviews. I stayed here on New Years Eve 2015-2016 for two nights and could not have been more impressed. They were in the middle of a >2 week vacation down the east coast and the room was quite and well kept despite the obvious rush when I checked in. No complaints whatsoever.

    « Wonderful Stay »

My daughter and I visited the area to check out Chestnut Hill College on the weekend of Nov. 14, 2015. We booked our stay at Best Western Plus based on reviews I had read. This place was wonderful and I can't wait to stay again. The room was clean and super comfortable beds. Wifi was reliable and I was able to use the business office to print my return airline tickets at no charge. Had I had to check-in at the airport without preprinted boarding passes I would have had to pay $20. per ticket to see an agent. Breakfast was excellent and coffee was the best I've ever had at any hotel. I certainly enjoy my morning coffee. My return flight was at 7am so I checked out at 5am and although the breakfast area was not officially open on Sunday morning the employees were in the kitchen and gave us fruit and muffins to take with us. Fresh coffee was also available for our trip to the airport. Location is across the street from a beautiful mall and it was an easy on and off from the main roads to go to and from Philly airport. 5 Stars in my book.

« Nice Hotel, Great Service »

We wish we had stayed here during our entire trip to visit family for Christmas. The room appeared to be brand new or extremely well maintained, it was very clean and fresh, and was quiet despite being near a very busy intersection. It had all the amenities you would expect in a nice hotel including a good beds, flat screen tv, lots of towels, and blackout curtains (which are important to us). They also provide free wifi and free breakfast including sausage, omelettes, and make your own waffles including hot syrup. This hotel gets an "A" just on these items alone. But we also received fantastic customer service. The staff has clearly been taught to deal with customers the right way. We had a nice conversation with the front desk staff regarding recommendations for good places to eat dinner. We also had a problem with an electronic card key for our room. I went to the front desk where they tested the key, said it was working fine and indicated it could be the lock mechanism on the door that was at issue. But he issued me a new card key anyway. He also asked if I had a cell phone, of course I did, so he gave me the number for the front desk and said to call if I had any issues getting into my room and he would come right away and meet me at the room to resolve the issue. To me, that was great customer service and forward thinking to try and keep the customer happy. I really appreciated it and in fact have never received that kind of service at any hotel I have stayed at. Good job Best Western Plus.

« Another good stay at BW KofP but.... »

We have stayed here several times and it is in a good location although walking to restaurants is a little challenging. Check in was a little slow as there was only one receptionist but no big deal. Room was comfortable with two queen beds and good size bathroom. Breakfast was fine with fresh fruit, waffles, eggs etc. Only minor issue was that on our second morning housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:15 and asked if we needed anything to which I said no. On returning to the room late afternoon it had not been made up!! So I guess saying we didn't need anything was translated into no room make up! I talked to reception and they recommended we follow up with a request for service.

We always enjoy our stay here. The location is great (near lots of shopping and restaurants) and the hotel is very comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. During our most recent trip, Felicia at the front desk helped us with our luggage (I was traveling with 2 seniors) and Mala was so cheerful during breakfast.

Excellent staff, cheery, helpful, courteous , polite, very professional. Our desk clerk Bill and the breakfast hostess Nina were amazing, they went out of their way to make us feel at home and welcomed. we need a scale and since they didn't have one at the hotel Bill went out and bought one, that was very kind of him, this kind of staff give a great image to the hotel, Very nice stay!!

Really enjoyed my stay at the holidays. The Staff were always so friendly. Great breakfast and good coffee available all the time. Would definitely stay again. Lots of food options in the area. One of the Staff had been there for over twenty years and told me about the management and how much they care for the people and business. It showed.

    « Nice surprise »

Was not sure what I would find with it being so close to the mall and located just off the turnpike but was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean and bed was comfortable. The room was quiet and one of the cleanest I have ever stayed at (including some 5 star hotels!). Kudos to all! I highly recommend this hotel.

« Very pleased with that hotel »

It is regular Best Western hotel -but very clean and very quiet with very friendly stuff. I had encountered 3 male receptionists and all of them were equally friendly and prompt and professional. Lady serving free breakfast also was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is across the street from one of the largest shopping centers in US. So great location, great service, peaceful and clean... What else might one want from a hotel?! Oh yeah,,, it is just under $100!

I almost never stay at Best Western and I was not quite sure what to expect when our team leader booked me here. What a great stay for one night! This is as good an experience as I have had recently - room, amenities, breakfast, convenient location, holiday decorations, great front desk personnel. Only one issue - need HD on the TVs in room.

    « Great value & excellent staff »

I consistently stay at this Best Western because the price is always very reasonable, the property is new/clean, and every member of the staff is amazingly courteous. It is obvious that they truly care about each guest and work very hard. I highly recommend this hotel!

« Comfortable, clean and professional »

I stayed at the Best Western in King of Prussia labor day weekend for Made in America festival and it was a very pleasant experience. My sister and I shared a huge king bed in a very clean room on the first floor. We were right across the street from a Wawa and Chilli's. We got so much food for only $20 there were leftovers left as well. The king of prussia mall is walking distance from the hotel, and my god its one of the most beautiful mall's I've ever been too. The beds in our room was very comfortable, the breakfast the next morning was ok. Eggs, and sausage were not the best but I was happy with bagels, muffins, fruit and cereal. However it was free so I wasn't complaining. Overall 4/5 stay. I wish it was closer to the made in america venue about a 30 minute drive to downtown philly.

    « Very nice accommodations »

We stayed during the Thanksgiving holiday. When our plane was canceled the day we were supposed to arrive, the hotel did not charge us for that night. Amazing. We liked the modern and quiet room. Breakfast was okay; the room a bit crowded. The eggs were powdered but there were waffles, yogurt and great fruit. The staff was very nice.

Very good experience. Arrived late after a very long day of driving to a great reception. We were checked in by a lady who was being pressured and was just lovely. The room was spotless as was the hotel. Good size, well laid out room with fridge & large TV with excellent wifi. Breakfast was good with hot and cold, no problem recommending this hotel.

I came to King of Prussia on a whim to go shopping and ended up needing to stay the night. I booked a room and received speedy and professional service at the front desk. Everthing, such as beds, hospitality of empolyees, cleaness, location and so on, was good and satisfied except the complimentary breakfast due to lack of tables and chairs. If there are more spaces and tables in cafeteria, it would be perfect.

During my recent visit to King Of Prussia for business i stayed at Best Western Plus at KOP. « Not the best experience »

I had problems checking in the evening I arrived. The night desk clerk told me she couldn't take cash since she was working alone. I was told to come back in the morning and they could do it then; however, she ran my debit card charging the room to that card after I told her several times that I was paying half and half. She said it wouldn't charge my card, of course it would--it's a debit card. Housekeeping woke me up on my last morning there at 9am. They came back 2 more times within an hour. We couldn't even get dressed in peace because they kept knocking on the door. Breakfast had a variety; however, the hot part was the same both mornings! It was plain scrambled eggs and turkey sausage that should have been cooked a little longer. I was just surprised that they didn't even try to change it up a little bit. FYI---ask for the NEW SECTION "D" when booking your room or you will have steps to climb. There isn't an elevator in the older part of the building. You can get to the breakfast area from the new section without having to go back outside by going down the end of the hallway past room 201 and entering that door. That hallway will lead you around to the lobby/breakfast area.

    « Wowed Again »

This was my second visit to this hotel, and fifth to a Best Western in the past 7 months. Based on these visits, I believe I have found a preferred hotel brand. Though I usually look for cheaper accommodations than I've found with Best Western, its quality at a still reasonable price has led me to choose it over some cheaper options. My parents joined me on this trip, and I was concerned about how they would respond since they are very picky about hotel rooms, and especially considering that their first choice was another nearby hotel of a brand they typically prefer and that was a bit cheaper. However, I insisted that this was a better choice, and was pleased with how impressed they were with the accommodations. Best Western King of Prussia will definitely be my first choice to consider for trips to this area, and I will also look first for Best Westerns wherever I travel.

« Best Deal in KOP »

I'm working in KOP for a while so I'm staying 3 or 4 days a week. I have stayed at the Best Western for the last two weeks. I can't find a single thing to complain about. The Staff is outstanding. I stayed on the 3rd floor the first week. I made a reservation for the following week when I checked out and asked for the same room and they made it happen. The room is excellent. Everything appears to be new. The bathroom is great. The bed is really comfortable. The room is spotless every evening when I come back from work. I have not tried the breakfast. Only because I'm not one to eat that early. There is one Indian and two Mexican restaurants and a Wawa within walking distance. And it's safe to cross the street unless it's rush hour. The wifi is free and pretty fast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

« Good on some things, short on others... »

The room I got was middle-of-the-road price-wise ($ 139 / night). It was very clean and very nice. Housekeeping kept things tidy. I was there almost 6 days. However, the heater / cooling unit was one of those reversible air conditioner units, and was unreliable at keeping the temperature steady and was also very noisy. Also, the noise from people in the hallways was very bad as well. The remote controls for the TV were those 'green' remotes, and I had to replace one that had broken, and its replacement had buttons that didn't work and were mixed up in function, and I lost the ability to order PPV with it!!!! The breakfast was really the only up-side of the stay, if you want to call it that. They gave a decent variety of choices. (Cereals, cinna-bons, eggs, meats). No ATM's, if you wanted change you had to go to the front desk. They had a customer laundry which was another nice feature. They also had vending machines for both food/snacks and drinks (a little pricey!!!). The housekeeping gets a little pushy when you leave towels lying around, and I got a scolding via a placard on the wall telling me to conserve my towel usage and hang them up to save energy / water!!!!!! They'll only leave 2 of each type of towel per night!! All-in-all I don't know if it was worth $139 a night. Room service would have been nice since I had trouble navigating the one-way streets in King of Prussia.

    « Best Western Get's an A+++ »

This was my first stay at Best Western Plus and it was awesome. I made my decision to book based upon other reviews on trip advisor and booking.com. It was certainly a good decision. The staff was friendly and professional. My room was clean and comfortable, even better than some other high end places I've stayed before. This place has excellent morning/all day coffee and breakfast was good too. I was able to use the business services to print my plane boarding passes the night before my departure at no cost and this saved me time at the airport and $$ they would have to check-in with a human being. My departure was at 5am before breakfast was available but there was a young lady in the kitchen getting ready for the day and she gave me some fruit and muffins to take along to the airport so my daughter and I would have something in our belly for our 2 hour flight back to Atlanta. Well Done, I certainly recommend this place for anyone in the area.

« Stopping by to see a show »

I was looking for a motel for a one night stay when in the area to see my family. My teenage daughter and I arrived saturday in the late afternoon. The woman who checked us in was wonderful. We stayed in building D which didn't have a number yet, which was slightly confusing, but not a real problem. The room was very nicely decorated, our room was quiet, the beds comfortable, we appreciated the scented soap and the make up remover towellet but wished there were two of them. My only complaint was that for some reason I couldn't get hot water when I wanted to wash my face in the sink. The bath tub was fine, so I used the hot water from the tub. I hope some one can adjust the water faucet in the sink. (I will add one suggestion which I make often about motels,it would be nice if there was night light in the bath room.) We enjoyed our stay and will be back if we need a motel in the area again.

This hotel is very good on any (international) standard. Staff are pleasant, experienced, polite, and helpful. Breakfast is of USA standard and very dissapointing for Europeans. It is edible, but that is all. Plastic throw away plates with thin rubbishy plastic knives and forks. But the coffee is good and beats Starbucks by far.!!

    « A Great Getaway »

This is our third or fourth stay at the Best Western Plus KOP. This time we are in the Executive Building and our room is spacious and comfortable. It's a great location for a getaway weekend - a quick drive in to Phila and the hotel itself is surrounded by awesome restaurant choices and days of shopping at the world famous King of Prussia Mall. Not far from Valley Forge either. Our room is wonderful and it's a delicious complementary breakfast. If I had to say anything negative, I'd say the plastic ware provided at breakfast is the worst. Yeah, that's my only complaint. I wish they'd spend a little more and get plastic utensils that can at least spread butter. Otherwise, this is a perfect destination for relaxing. No doubt, we will return.

    « Great bed. »

The king size bed in our room was the best ever. I slept like a baby. The shower was great! Had wonderful pressure wish I had this at home. Room, lobby, and breakfast area were spotless. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with breakfast. I would have liked a waffle maker. Judging from the amount of people having breakfast the 3 days we were there, I am alone on my opinion. I would stay here again when I visit the King of Prussia-Philly area.

« Last minute trip... Great service with a smile »

Was looking for a hotel to stay at on a budget and found a bargain at this location. Renovated rooms and updated decor in a central location near the mall (across the highway). Breakfast was pretty normal hot items with fruits and yogurts to juice and coffee. Not bad ! :) If ever in the area again would definitely stay here again.

    « What a disappointment! »

We had received a Best Western Rewards travel card by email recently, and so decided to take a quick overnight to use the card. We usually head toward Lancaster, PA for these short jaunts, but decided to do something different. Trusting that all BW Plus properties must attain certain standards, we booked a room at the Inn at King of Prussia. First off, the desk staff had no knowledge of the BW Rewards travel cards that are emailed to BW Rewards members, and so would not apply it to my reservation until checking with a manager, who was not onsite (of course). It took me three visits to the desk to finally get this applied, or so they told me after visit #3. The following morning, it was still not showing on my bill, so I made yet another trip to the desk. The morning staff was much more energetic and helpful, and corrected the problem. However, it should never have been an issue. The room was also disappointing. The sofa was tattered and dirty-looking, so much so that neither of us would sit on it. SInce we prefer to sit on a sofa to watch TV, that made for an uncomfortable night. In the bathroom, the toilet rocked like a rocking chair every time one of us sat on it. The room itself had a slight musty odor. For the price we paid (even after the travel card was applied), this trip was a total disappointment. We've learned our lesson - stick to what we know for short trips.

    « Very Pleased »

I came in from out of town for a girl's weekend. We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to the mall and restaurants. What a great hotel! From the very beginning, the staff was so pleasant. Everyone was helpful. The room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. They have great pillows! I've noticed at other hotels I've stayed at, the towels are skimpy and small. Not only were there enough towels, they were soft and large. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. There was an amazing selection from scrambled eggs and sausage to cereal to bagels. Juice, yogurt and fruit as well. The ladies who run the breakfast were super nice and kept everything stocked and clean. I bumped into many staff in the hallways and each one said hello to us and had a smile on their face. Everyone made us feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again when I come to town. It was an excellent stay!

    « Nice »

Friendly staff, room was clean and appropriate size. Breakfast was way better than expected. One thing that was in the downside was that they don't have a microwave in the room so I needed to ask the lady in the breakfast area to heat up my baby's food. However, I still highly recommend this hotel!

    4
« Quiet and close to everything »

Room was clean, basic amenities. Has fridge, could have used a microwave. Heating/cooling unit is old, dated, & difficult to regulate. Very quiet considering it is at a large interchange & intersection. Can get to lots of places around here from this location within 1/2-1 hour or less. Breakfast is decent: different type of eggs, breakfast meats daily, plus lots of other choices & tons of fresh fruit, peeled, cut & ready to eat. Better than average. Nina & Josephine were great with providing excellent service at breakfast. Bed only has 3 pillows, but we were provided w another one as soon as we asked.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located at the intersection of I-76 and i-476. Across the street from King of Prussia Mall and minutes from Valley Forge National Historic Park. The hotel is clean, rooms comfortable, warm breakfast with menu that varies daily included. Wesley was very helpful at the front desk, getting directions and info about the area. The breakfast staff is also very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to King of Prussia/Valley Forge.

« New Rooms with a Better Than Average Breakfast »

I have a number of customers in the area of this hotel and have stayed there a few times. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are newer with comfortable beds. Upkeep is good with clean bathrooms. The complimentary breakfast is good with: fresh fruit, hot eggs, waffle machine, toast, yogurt, cereal and coffee. I have not used them but the hotel also offers: exercise room, and pool. There also appears to be meeting and event facilities. It is priced better than the competition and offers the same amenities. It is across the street from the biggest mall in the Northeastern United States. Lots of restaurant options nearby.

    « Friendly Staff & Beautiful Courtyard »

We recently spent the weekend here with our hockey team of 12 year old boys and their families. Our newly renovated rooms were great and had everything we needed! This hotel has a huge beautiful courtyard with grassy areas and a gazebo, which was a safe place for the boys to relax between games, we had gorgeous weather! Special shout out to Andrew Leinbach, front office manager, and breakfast employee Mala who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Very friendly staff!

    « Almost like Home »

900 miles from home we met a very nice Desk Clerk from our home town. Although we had so bad weather while at the hotel we felt safe here. The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was just what we expected. Would stay here again if in the area.

    5
« I very much enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend »

The breakfast is excellent, the rooms are spacious and comfortable (especially the beds, it was the most comfortable night's sleep I had in awhile), there are small patios with chairs - the rooms that overlook the courtyard have a very nice view of the gazebo. The staff were very professional and friendly. It felt like my home away from home while I was traveling for business. The only things I'd note is that the layout would not be agreeable for someone who has difficulty walking. Getting to most of the rooms from any entrance requires steps and walking down fairly long hallways. It is also a little difficult to turn in to the property since it is in the middle of a busy intersection right across from the mall (though I did not hear the traffic at all). I missed the turn once and it took me another 10-15 minutes to drive around the area trying to figure out how to turn back in.

« Ok hotel, nice breakfast, large room »

We booked a double queen room for a one night stay.. After being scolded for checking in at 2.00pm and not 3.00pm we were assigned a room in the older part of the hotel. There was a constant droning noise coming from the roof space. We quickly decided to ask for a room change as we couldn't sleep with that noise. After procrastinating for more than 30 mins we were granted a change. The new room was quiet and a little more modern with the exception of the television which was large but only had a limited number of analogue stations available, therefore terrible picture quality. It was the worst selection of tv channels ever experienced. The room was clean and a great breakfast selection.

What can I say; it was another great stay at the Best Western PLUS in King of Prussia. Room was clean, well-appointed and the staff was lovely. Will go back for sure. Oh, and did I mention the convenient location? Cracks me up that the lobby is the mediocre part of the hotel! Love it!

Gave his hotel a chance after seeing great reviews and some poor reviews from other hotel chain I usually stay in. Reviews were correct. Everything was great, staff was friendly. Will stay again if I'm back in King of Prussia.

Fantastic place to stay! Our room was spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfy! Close enough to downtown and very convenient to visit Valley Forge. There is also a huge mall very close by with lots of restaurant options.

« Best for your Buck »

The absolute best of BWKOP is the staff. Andrew was exceptional!!! The rooms were very clean. The location couldn't be better for any business or pleasure in the Philadelphia area. My family and I travel frequently and I've been to most of the area lodging establishments and this one stands out as the "Best" bang for your buck.

We had a couples getaway this past week. The hotel is very clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable and felt new. Room was clean and very nice. Great location as it is close to everything including philly. The free breakfast was great and had plenty of options for everyone. Would gladly stay here again as the price is great and a wonderful bargain!

    « Housekeeping a mess. »

Location is good for access to the mall and close to major highways. There is no way to safely to walk anywhere. The intersection which gives access to the mall and restaurants does not allow pedestrian crossing so you are somewhat trapped. Hotel itself is nice and clean but the housekeeping staff failed completely in cleaning our room after our first night. Basically they made the bed (minus the decorative pillows they left on the floor). Garbage left, nothing replaced, surfaces not wiped clean. At age 68 I've never experienced this before, thankfully.

« Morning hostess, Mala, is AMAZING! »

My three friends and I stayed at this hotel while we were on a leisure road trip from Wisconsin. We all were stunned on how professional, friendly, and sweet Mala was. My friend and I brought our empty water bottles to the breakfast area on Friday morning; when Mala saw our empty water bottles she immediately asked if she could fill our water bottles up with ice water. As my friends and I enjoyed the delicious breakfast, I noticed that Mala was constantly cleaning and refilling food, while still smiling and saying "hello" to all the guests. While continuing eating, Mala came out of the kitchen carrying a box of donuts. Mala went around the dining area and asked every guest if they wanted a donut. Mala continued to smile while greeting new guests. Mala immediately went back to cleaning and refilling, while keeping her positive attitude. I want to shout out to Mala for being a nice breath of fresh air. Mala went above and beyond while still staying sweet, friendly, and smily. Thank you Mala for helping and being a nice, smiling face to see in the morning--something you don't find often in Philadelphia. You are fantastic!

    « Absolutely Fantastic »

This hotel is a true "win." Let's break it down: Staff - really friendly and efficient. Our check-in took 5 minutes (tops), and we were given a thorough run down of everything from breakfast to check-out. Parking - very convenient. We never had to park gar away from the entrance. The parking design is perfect. Room - above average. The beds are SO comfortable. The pillows are little clouds of perfection. Going home to my own bed was difficult - I didn't want to leave the amazingly comfy sleeping experience behind. Cleanliness - A+! I am truly a stickler for a clean room. It takes a lot to impress me upon arrival, and as soon as we stepped into the room/bathroom, I was completely satisfied and relieved. (Admit it folks, it's the one worry we have before walking up to check-in) Even the remote controls in the room are built for cleanliness! Overall experience - Really, really great. We would absolutely return.

« Great Location to see Philadelphia »

This hotel is right off the freeway. It is about 20 miles from downtown Philadelphia, but it is right next to Valley Forge. The room was adequate and clean. The breakfast was really good with a large variety of items to choose from. The staff was extremely friendly. The only negative was that the room was not stocked with essentials like soap and shampoo. I had to go to the front desk everyday to get what we needed.

« Wedding for my daughter »

This was the place the entire out of town wedding group stayed. We all had a wonderful time and appreciated the helpful staff. Rooms were very nicely laid out, super clean. They had an indoor pool which looked lovely but we had no time on our stay. I am sure it would have been grand. The small fitness room looked good as well as an area to gain access to internet and print documents as needed. Will consider this the next time I travel to Allentown. Close to the highway as well.

« Nice accommodations for an overnight stay »

Stayed at this hotel while visiting Philadelphia for parents weekend at My daughter's college. It was clean, reasonably priced, offered a large room and comfortable bed. Conveniently located to a shopping mall and several restaurants. Very friendly front desk staff and nice breakfast included. The only draw back was lack of seating at the breakfast due to the crowd there at the time we ate.

    « Great service »

I had a reservation issue that was cleared up with professional and friendly help. Could easily gone the other way; many hotels don't care what you think about their service. Thanks, Andrew! This is the second Best Western hotel I've stayed at this year. I will be seeking more such hotels in the future. I like that they are independently owned, each one different and unique.

    « Anniversary weekend »

Spent the night at this hotel to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. Selected this hotel due to it's proximity to the restaurant we had chosen. Experience was generally pleasant. The hotel was in good repair and the room eas clean and well appointed. Only issue was a bad tub spout that I reported on check out. I would stay here again.

« Clean quite convenient location »

Hotel was clean and quiet at night. Room and beds were very comfortable, and bathrooms spotless. Breakfast in the A.M. was very good. Staff was excellent through out hotel. To get across street to restaurant and mall was a little trickey, and make sure you don't arrive during start of RUSH hour. It's a O'boy moment. We stayed only one night but will definity be back for a longer stay and enjoy the attractions in the area.
