Best Western Plus The Inn at King of Prussia

We stayed here recently with a group of 28 for a sporting trip. The rooms were all comfortable and in great condition. The staff were extremely helpful, particularly Cara Ann and Marcus as well as all of the staff at the front desk and the man that was working the buffet. Every request we had was looked into immediately and always done with a smile. We cannot thank you enough for making our stay so comfortable. The location was great too!

Stayed here while helping family at a difficult time. Pleasantly surprised at how nice and updated this property is! A few issues as it is under reconation right now, but I would not hesitate to come back when I return to visit family!

Unfortunately the facilities on offer are lacking owing to the renovations. Staff unfailingly pleasant and helpful but stay marred by poor breakfast with limited options, sink with minimal water pressure in bathroom and generally rundown appearance

Thats all we stay at when we travel. The employees are very friendly and helpful always willing to help. They always greet you when you either come in or when your leaving the motel. Thanks best western for a beautiful stay with you.

We stayed at this location based on a recommendation from a friend who stayed here last year. This is a no frills hotel, clean, with the basics. We look for a safe location along with nearby amenities (stores and restaurants). The staff was friendly and helpful, able to answer our questions. Even though there was construction, it didn't affect us. We liked the large breakfast area which was open 24 hours with coffee and microwaves. Since there is construction, the usual big breakfast was scaled back, still providing enough variety to placate even picky eaters. One recommendation would be to either use slightly larger shampoo/soap/conditioner bottles or install dispensers in the shower. We barely had enough for 2 shampoo uses. Since the hotel was full, we chose to forgo housekeeping for the 3-day stay. Thank you, Marcus and Jaleeza (sorry about the spelling) for your help and service during our stay.

I have always received the best customer service with Best Western but this last stay in King of Prussia PA was above and beyond. Carol Ann was the absolute best. I forgot my razor and she took care of that and directions to nearby shops and businesses that I enquired about

very good short stay location. Major reconstruction project underway effecting at least 1 wing of the building (reduced to the foundation). This has effected the building air conditioning, room air conditioning is not a problem. overall a comfortable nights stay.

We stopped here on a weekend trip to Philadelphia and Pittsburgh for a couple of baseball games. My son found this place on his phone. Their listing said under maintenance but it is actually a total rebuild switching to a Marriot. There is no lobby, they have a small desk setup at one of the side entrances. The air conditioning in the that area and the hallways and elevator is not working. It was very hot in those areas. Luckily the air works in the rooms. No vending machines just one small cooler full of diet Dr. Pepper and some energy drinks. If you just need a spot to stop for the night to sleep the room was comfortable and easy to rest in.

Honestly the hotel is mostly under construction, there is no air conditioning in their make shift lobby or the hall ways, there is currently no pool, and their hot breakfast is currently just frozen sandwiches, none of which we were made aware of after we had booked and did not find out until we got there so bad we been made aware we would have stayed elsewhere with 2 small kids.

We are long time Best Western Rewards members and always pick Best Western hotels as our first choice when traveling. We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and have always been pleased with it. So, when we made a 2 plus week reservation here, we thought we were all set. However, when we arrived, we were surprised to find the hotel is being demolished to make room for a Residence Inn and a Marriott Hotel. So, I'm not sure if BW is even owns this property. Half of the hotel is gone and that half that remains is only partially functional. The rooms are okay (except my mattress had a deep crevice in it); but, there is no air conditioning in the common areas (make shift lobby, hallways, elevator and breakfast room). The pool is closed, breakfast is primarily junk food ( no hot food) and the breakfast room is a pig sty. After our first night and breakfast, we decided we couldn't stay for 2 weeks. So, we left and moved to the Holiday Inn Express about a mile away. Cost was about the same and the accommodations so much nicer.

Had a small issue checking in due to making the reservation via Hopper on my capital one card but Elijah was very helpful and patient with helping me sort that out and made it as painless as possible. Great customer service on his part.

We think this hotel has great possibility of improving guest stay. The staffs are all not there to give a pleasant experience to paying customers. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. Parking area needs cleaning.

The lights in the first room we checked in didn't work. When we reported it to the front desk, the young man said, “I ain't had nuthin to do with that” and switched us to a smoke-filled handicapped-accessible room. The next morning when we started to check out a day early and were inquiring about a refund, the very nice front desk woman apologized for the young man's actions and switched us to a very nice room. So we would rate the service of the first front desk person as a 1 and the second front desk person as a 5

We stay here once a year for one of our train shows. Good location near everything, easy to get to. close to our venue. Good breakfast area and food. computer always works, rooms large and clean. Maid service no always up to Par.

I enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. I'd love if their rooms were updated with USB ports for charging phones etc but other than that, the rooms aren't outdated. There also weren't any rooms with a hot tub, which my wife and I love to find when we travel. This trip it didn't matter that much as our trip had to be cut short, but seeing a few more of those types of rooms would be nice. The breakfast was superb though. I just love a quality breakfast, served til 10am (that's late for most hotels!). It's 30 min from Philly, close to Ikea, Cheesecake Factory, the Mall....great location.

I stayed here for two days this weekend and I was not impressed with this hotel. The smell of weed in the hallway and then in our room, this is a non-smoking hotel, yet people are smoking? Loud noises in the hallway and the rooms above us. This is supposed to be a 3 star hotel, and it doesn't look like it . We won't be back!

The owners have let this hotel fall apart. After staying here over the last 35 years it is sad to see the hotel in terrible condition. I will never stay here again. The hotel had very few guests. I figure the word must be out that this hotel is now terrible.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The price was affordable and the accommodations were above average. The personnel at the desk were polite and courteous. the gentleman serving breakfast was a delight. Very engaging so early in the morning.

Conveniently Located to the greater Philadelphia region, Up to date Facility, Price is competitive to the area. There is no need for this much input from travelers and future customers. Not everyone is comfortable or have the time to write lengthy reveiews

We spent 2 nights at Best Western Plus King of Prussia and were very pleased. The room was spacious and well furnished - good television options available. Seems well insulated as we did not hear much noise from hallway or other rooms. Our room had a small patio and we enjoyed the central courtyard area with seating. Breakfast was good and plentiful, altho quite crowded at the time we went. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool area looks very nice, altho it was closed when we were there (Nov). Plenty of parking. Easy access to highway, King of Prussia mall is across the street, as is a convenience store. We walked to an excellent Mexican restaurant almost next door to the hotel - great vegetarian options for my husband. Easy access to Villanova Univ. We plan to make this our annual stopover when we are at Villanova.

I would not stay here again! The building needs works. Room heating unit worked but was very noisy. Entry door card reader was in disrepair with wires left hanging out. Face clothes were so old and used that they started to fall apart upon use. Shower curtain was very dirty, should have been cleaned or replaced before our arrival.

The rooms have always been clean and comfortable beds are comfortable. Desk staff and kitchen staff were helpful and pleasant. We couldn't ask for more. Whenever we need a room in this area we will always stay here.

This is the absolute worst place I've ever been. We came into town for a family event and upon check in were given a key. We parked and made our way to the room. The hallway was disgusting. We opened the door and walked into a complete disaster. The bedding was thrown off the bed and all over the floor. There were things in the trash my daughter didn't need to see. It was clear this room had not been cleaned. The entire place gave me the heebie jeebies so we left. Never have I had such a disgusting experience.

Okay, so I don't expect Sofitel when I stay at Best Western, but this place is pathetic. First we check in. I wanted to buy a couple of diet no psodas, but I couldn't. All of the vending machines were gone (repossessed? ) and the woman at the front desk said I couldn't pay because the hotel's card readers weren't working. Yes, the entire hotel couldn't charge anything because their credit card system was down (for the duration of our stay). So we check into the room. It was okay, a little sub-par for a Best Western but nothing terrible. Then I saw the pillows. They were small squares. See the photo with a size 11 Puma sneaker for context. I tried to call the front desk buy every time I pressed the "Front Desk" button on the phone it immediately responded with a rapid busy signal. Not the type of busy signal meaning someone was on the phone, the kind that means it's a non-operational extension. The message light on the phone was flashing. So I hit the message button, same thing, a rapid busy signal error. So after a sleepless night on the square pillow (we had to ration them they gave us 4 for a room with two queen-sized beds) that felt like it was stuffed with newspaper it we went out for the day. The maid was in the hall and she saw us leave so I assumed they would make up the room. Silly me, right? So we get back to the room after being out for about 10 hours and... it hadn't been touched. So I go to the front desk and ask to have someone at least straighten it up and give us new towels. The guy said they only do room service upon request and that the pwrsin at the front desk was supposed to tell us when we checked in. She didn't, and nothing about room service was posted anywhere. And the room service department was closed. I asked for towels, but all he had was a couple of threadbare (I kid you not, they were so warm through you couldnsee through them) tiny pool towels. The pool had been closed for a month so they must have been sitting I a damp closet for the duration because they smelled really musty. Everything was about the stay sucked. The one guy who gave me the musty towels was nice and was very apologetic about that being all he had, the housekeeping issue, etc., but there really wasn't anything he could do. Everyone else I dealt with was very unfriendly. That's about the best way to put it. Also, the place is in kind of rough shape. All the paint around the doors is peeling, the wallpaper needs redoing, etc. Even the carpet was dingy. Like I said, I know it's not a W or Sofitel, or even a Holiday Inn, but the paint, wallpaper and carpeting is about 10 years overdue for replacement. I was pretty aggravated so I went to the fitness center. Fifty percent of the machines had "out of order" signs on them. I should have figured. So I walked back to the front desk to get a diet soda, and purchased the last one they had. Of course I couldn't pay for it, the card machine was broken (and they had no change for $20) so I put it back and ended up drinking tap water from a cardboard cup in the room. Next time we come to visit my daughter at Villanova we should just rent a van and park it down by the river. I sure as hell won't be staying at this (or any after experience) Best Western again.

2nd time in 3months staying at this location. It's convenient to many of the area colleges/universities. Rooms are clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast offerings are basic - cereals, make your own waffles, eggs and a breakfast meat. There's also coffee, juices and some pastries. I haven't had an opportunity to use any of the on-site amenities. The location is across the street from the King of Prussia mall. It fits our needs and we would stay here in the future.

The hotel bathroom sink was broken and no one ever came to repair. AC in hotel was broken or off so it was very hot; although, our room was cool. Customer service never answered the call. Left hotel and stayed at Marriott

My wife and I had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed the clean hotel including the nice pool. However, we were both most impressed by the delicious breakfast prepared by Mr. Ed!! He aims to please and is warm, kind, and gracious to all his hungry customers. He made our experience memorable! Thank you!!

This was the first night of our 8 night trip where we actually had to wait in a queue to be served on reception. It was a very busy hotel in an equally busy area. It was a Saturday night stay though, so I guess that is to be expected. We had to queue for around 30 minutes to be checked in and there was just one poor lady on reception doing everything and working her butt off! This hotel is huge and had a number of 'blocks' to it, so it's best to check-in and drive to your block if you are at the back. Unfortunately, there is no elevator so if you are on the top floor, you have to carry your suitcases up the stairs, which might be a bit of an issue for some people. The room was very big with high ceilings, which made it nice and spacy. However, it is very old fashioned and could do with a refurb. It was clean though. The wi-fi was very poor in Block D and I could not get connected. Didn't bother me too much. Breakfast was ok, in quite a large area but there were no staff cleaning up so it was messy. I must say, the lady on reception deserves a medal - we had an early check-out and I was surprised that the same lady was on reception in the morning too. I don't think she had ever left there! But she was hard-working and still friendly, despite being worked so hard. Well done to that lady!

Excellent front end staff, Very accommadating. Made a late reservation for a 2nd room and they were able to get us adjoining rooms. Breakfast was quite acceptable except there seemed to be no attendant availble. Rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Plenty of linens, pillows, etc. Good TV but I wish they had some better instructions on how to bring up the TV GUIDE or a printed list of the station line up. Never used the WIFI so no comment. Never used the pool but it looked pretty nice. Breakfast area quite acceptable. For a 1 or 2 night stay this place is perfect.

I was attending a two day conference. The A/C in the conference area was not working (July 26-27, 2022) We had to relocate the conference to two separate areas, one of which was the bar area. Not the best environment for learning. We weren't informed until the morning of the conference. Bedroom was fine. Breakfast was terrific.

First the good: The inn is well maintained, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was great and was a good way to start the day before heading off to explore. Being literally next to Valley Forge National Historic Park is a huge plus for us. We were able to use the Inn as a jumping off spot for visits to Valley Forge, Philadelphia, New Jersey, and New York. The staff was very helpful. The less good: the AC unit in the room was right next to one of the beds and sleeping next to it was like sleeping in a wind tunnel. It made for a difficult night's sleep. Three of the four of us loved the room and got a good night sleep. The person right next to the AC woke up every time the unit kicked on. Eventually, we had to use multiple pillows and blankets to cover the air conditioner sleeper to help block the wind. Additionally, the internet was spotty. Not usually a big issue because we don't spend much time in the room but when trying to solidify plans for the next day, uploading/downloading info from the cloud, the WiFi basically stopped. Other than those two issues, the Inn at King of Prussia was well worth the visit.

The staff at the reception and breakfast was nice and helpful. However, the hotel wasn't very clean. There was a strange smell in my room and had to leave the window open. The carpet had stains and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Good location and nice staff but they should improve the hygienic standards!

The hotel seems like a good value, but during our stay the AC broke in the room and common areas, there was no cold water (water ran very warm out of the taps) the entry door broke and stayed open, and the wall paper was peeling off of the wall in both rooms my family had. The check in process took over an hour when we were only 4 groups back in line. The computers were slow and the staff said they were always like that. Only 1 of the three gates to access the pool work. One other note, it is tricky to enter the parking lot. The lot is across the large intersection to the King of Prussia mall. If you are coming from the mall it is a little easier, but otherwise you have to cross traffic and that is challenging in this area. The hotel looks like a great value on line, but I would look elsewhere.

Great quality for the price. Breakfast was good, rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. Lots of things nearby for food/drinks - restaurants, Wegman's. Right across from the Mall too. Lots of free parking!

We were going to Valley Forge Military graduation. This hotel was centrally located. Good service . Nice breakfast Very accommodating regarding check out because of the time of graduation. I would recommend this hotel because of its location… and friendly service m

No service on the room of any kind today. No towels or trash taken or anything. And the night auditor had to nerve to cop an attitude and pass the buck. 3 rooms booked for 4 days and its our fault you cant service your guests?

If you smoke cigarettes or weed and like dirty rooms with moldy hvac and an indifferent staff stay here. For the price it's barely tolerable for a single night. If they replaced the carpet, professional serviced the hvac and professional cleaned the room this would be a nice place. Paint the rusty roof too.

Stay here if you want to be aggravated, stay in a dirty facility with lumpy beds, receive condescending customer service and downgraded room from your reservation. Customer service is foreign to the location and management is never available

The hotel is not new, but in the process of renovation in some areas. My room was clean and average (which is good). Some room locations are a fairly long walk from the lobby, so you might ask. One aspect that really, really irritated me was that they don't clean rooms except on request. There may be a law associated with this now, but I wasn't told at check-in (I was supposed to be) nor was there a notice in the room. The second day I was there, I came back and noticed my room had not been cleaned. OK, I was ok with that. But the next afternoon, despite a cleaning cart in my hallway all afternoon, they never came by either. When I finally went to the front desk around 5:30 PM, I was told that they only clean on request. I think there should be better notification on this. And I marked their rating down because of this.

The only positive thing I can say is that the room size was decent. But walking into the building to go to my room I was immediately disappointed - the hallways are dirty and stink. I don't think my room had been dusted in about 5 years, the curtains were dirty. The heat wouldn't turn on unless I turned the unit onto the highest heat and highest volume then it blew out a bunch of nasty from the filthy grill into the room. Also it was just roasting in the room since then because there's no way to adjust the temperature level. The bed is hard and so are the pillows. There was a big bug in the bathroom in the morning. There were two phones in the room but the "front desk" button didn't work on either of them so I had to call from my cell phone.

Best Western has always been reliable. King of Prussia BW didn't disappoint. Easy check in. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Well lit parking park lot with ample spaces close to hallway entry points.

Stepping from the lobby to the stairs to get to our room we immediately smelled that musty/moldy smell that makes you sigh and know you made the wrong choice. Sheer curtains were filthy from the room air conditioner; wallpaper was pealing at the seams; sink counter was sticky (used my sanitizing wipes), hairs were on the shower tile walls....that weren't ours; spot on rug of spilled soup or worse was not cleaned up. We've stayed at a lot of hotels this past year - first time this year for a Best Western property, and the last. Did not get the $20 gift certificate they told us we'd get after the stay, but if it's for use at a Best Western - keep it!

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only things that I like about this hotels was the bed being comfortable and the breakfast. Now the things I didn't like is that they were testing a fire alarm while I was sleep. So I almost had an heart because of this not saying it's good to test an fire alarm but I never been to a hotel that test their fire alarms while their customers were sleep. If you are a hotel you are supposed to call your customers and give them a heads up to tell them that you will be testing the fire alarms. Nobody even called or knocked on my room door to tell us. Then not only that the alarms was going off for almost 10mins and after they turned them off still nobody care to apologize by calling or knocking on our door. Now the bathroom was horrible. The way the shower was set up would be easy to get water all over the place and we did because how it was set up. They didn't give us a lot of towels like how hotels would normally would give you. And we only had 1 roll of toilet paper that was already being used and we didn't get more toilet paper. I had to go to the front desk and ask of those things instead of it being ready and prepared in the room waiting for you. The floors was also dirty you can see a lot of dirty black stuff on the carpet. Also on the day of our check out I was getting my things together and fixing the bed when I found out the bed cover was dirty. I didn't like that I found that out because that was nasty. So yes I do not recommend this hotel to anybody. The best thing was the location because it's right across from the KOP mall and places to eat. Eat was the hotel that was just terrible.

Our room was nice but our friends were not happy with theirs. It was not super clean and had no hand towels. Our room was fine, but there was no counter in the bathroom to set things on. Breakfast was good, but food was not very warm. The staff were very nice. It is close to some nice restaurants.

I got in from Johnstown on Oct 29th, 2021. The weather was horrendous all the way in. I enter the hotel and into every front desk clerk nightmare. Her computer system went down (That happens with computers and bad weather) and the lobby was filling up with weary, partially wet guest and their children. Like I said, every front desk's clerk nightmare!! The clerk was working as fast as she could, going thru a four page read-out, of hotel reservations to accommodate each person. Like the pro she was, she handled herself masterfully and as fast as could! As a customer service rep for the federal govt, I know that feeling. When everyone waiting for service is looking at you for answers, and you're at the mercy of a temperamental, little computerized box. Anyway, when she got to me, I got my key, I went to my room and it was gorgeous. It was clean, smelled good and gave a warm cozy feeling after being out in that blustery, chilly, rainy weather. But there was one problem. I'm a smoker (yeah, yeah I know, bad habit... One of the few enjoyable vices left for this old veteran) and I requested a patio and this room didn't have one and as a disable veteran, I physically keep walking out my room, then out the building for a smoke (which is why I ordered the patio) I hated to be a bug, especially when I knew the front desk was busy as h*ll and their systems were down, but the thought of walking in out of the building for a smoke, was far too much to bear, so I called the very busy lady at the front desk. She was polite when I explained, and promised to get back to me. She asked me to stay in the room until morning and hopefully the system would be back up, and they could get me into another room. I left, found some Chinese food and came back. I called again just in case, again she couldn't help, so I figured i was stuck until morning. She called within an hour and said, she found me another room! It wasn't a king, but a double queen. In my mind, I'm thinking smaller bed, (I'm 6"4') less room, yadda, yadda... But I took it because it had the patio. To my surprise, the room was just as cozy, the bed larger then I thought, the bathroom was clean and so was the patio! I was content! I stayed for four days, and the staff were polite, professional and my stay was awesome. A month earlier, I came to King of Prussia and stayed at the Alloy, Marriot down the street from Best Western and in comparison, I found it be a serious waste of money. Why pay more for the "name" when you can receive the same and in some cases better quality of service at the Best Western? The only reason, I didn't give the Best Western a five rating, is because I requested my room be done on Sunday, which wasn't done but I leaving the next morning so it wasn't really a biggie. I did request new towels and they brought them to my room promptly. Oh before I forget, when one of the staff saw I was having trouble walking to the microwave to heat my food, the young man, brought me a microwave, so I wouldn't have to walk so far to heat my food! Now that's quality of service!! As a former, retired Marine, I have certain standards that must be met, when it comes to cleanliness, quality of service and true professionalism. They met all of my standards and went the extra mile, so I guess they do deserve the "excellent" rating... We'll see. On my last day, I was warmly thanked for my stay by a delightfully charming person named Carol Anne, ( Yeah, like in the movie Poltergeist. Lol) who made me feel like I was saying "so long" to a family member! Between her, the exceptional young lady on duty on Friday when the systems went down, to the staff, I was more than pleased. This Best Western is my new "go to" when I'm up in the King of Prussia area! P.S. Those pillows!!! OMG those pillows were fantastic!! Where in the h*lll did you people buy them at? I need a set like that! Thanks for an excellent stay... (Yeah, I'm gonna change the d*mn rating... They earned a five!)

Hotel does not look as they look on hotel.com but I've been in many best western hotel and the have been absolutely gorgeous! Not this one! Front desk person was amazing very friendly and helpful!!!!!

Nice room but some safety issues were encountered. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Location to high way access and many local ships and restaurants was excellent! Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable.

We very much enjoyed our stay, would not hesitate to book again when in King of Prussia. Minutes away fro Valley Forge, King Of Prussia Mall, and excellent restaurants. Check in and check out where easy. Wi-Fi was good.

Stayed at this location in September 2021 for 3 nights. Nice enough room, good breakfast, clean except for elevator floors and outside door being broken.....meaning our card did not open the outside door for the 3 days we were there, and it wasn't just our card.......no one's card worked. People were putting a garbage can, sometimes a soda bottle, anything they could find to hold door open so you didn't have to walk all the way around the building to get it. BUT, we just stayed there for 1 night in October, we were put in the old section for the night. No elevator, no ice machine, our room had a large sticky stain on the carpet near the bed so when you got in or out of bed your foot stuck to the icky spot. The valance over the balcony door was falling down and looked very old. The toilet was the lowest toilet I have ever sat on. BUT worst of all was when I checked in I was told they had to put a $100 on my charge for "incidentals" and when I checked out that would be refunded if I did not use it. What incidentals does this place even have? There is no room service or mini bar? So why was there a $100 charge hold on my credit card? (And when I stayed 3 nights in September this was not done). So we stayed on a Thursday night. When we were back home I checked my charge and I was charged the extra $100.00 on top of my bill......looked Saturday, Sunday and Monday......charge still there. I called to talk to manager, I was put on his voice mail. I left all the details and asked for a call back. Never heard from anyone. Checked my charge Monday before I went to bed, still showing extra $100.00. Tuesday am checked charge and now the $100.00 has been removed. No call back ever received!

We stayed here as part of a group attending a tournament in town. Most of the rooms in our group were very dirty and smelly. Our first experience was with the front desk who would not even entertain an early check in. They did not even look up to see if a room was available, just said “no”. When we came back at 4:30 (check in is at 3) we were first told they didn't have a room for us because we were supposed to check in the night before. I showed the front desk worker my confirmation email which clearly showed a one night stay, not two. She then found us a room but said we had to come back in 15 minutes. When we finally got checked in, I asked to speak to a manger because I wanted some compensation for our room not being ready. They called to the manager who refused to come and talk to me and said she couldn't do anything for me. The next morning, we went down for our included breakfast. Surprise, there was no food. We were told the chef called in sick so the wouldn't be serving breakfast. Seriously, you have 1 person that can put boxes of cereal out and make scrambled eggs?? This really was one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had and I travel almost 100 night a year. Put your money into staying at a professional establishment and not a hotel that operates with zero customer service.

I had to sign a form saying I would not smoke in the room, only to walk into a smoke-smelling room with disgusting cigarette butts all over the patio. There were gooey, sticky, wet spots on the floor that felt like jelly that had not been cleaned up.

Not up to BW Plus standards. Hotel is dirty, old and desperate for an update. Rooms are small, beds are lumpy, and sheets are thin. Would not recommend other than the proximity to the turnpike and mall.

It looks like this particular hotel has high cleaning standards, and not just because of covid. No mold in shower or grout, even behind the door is clean which is usually a forgotten space. Breakfast excellent, the food prep guy could have used some help. Don't expect to get early check-in, I called to request and she said she would ask manager, never heard from her again. My email and reservation form requests were ignored too. But overall it was a good experience, this was my 13th hotel stay this year.

My husband, young daughter and I checked in this evening. We were sent down the endless hallway to our room and found that it was occupied! So, back we went to the front desk and the young man issued us a new room, without much concern about what had just happened. Off we go again and the key cards won't open the door. So, my husband goes back down to the front desk and after a long wait gets the cards re-programed. Back he walks to our room and they still don't work! Now, I head down to deal with it and a long line has formed at check in with this one man barely able to deal with all that's going on. He tells me the door is "probably" broken but I can try again. He re-programs the cards but I tell him to come and open the door himself.....I go, keys still don't work (we have been trying to get into a room for 45 minutes at this point) and now the front desk man comes sloooowly walking down the hall. He tries some cards and announces the door must be broken-we will need a new room. So, my husband goes back with him and we are told we will have to separate into 2 rooms, we had booked a double Queen but they only have 2 single Queens left. So, my daughter and I go to 1 room and say goodnight to Dad who is heading off to the other side of the hotel. We finally get into our room which reeks of smoke and discover the toilet is broken! Its an hour and a half after we had walked through the front door, its after midnight and we are stuck here. Horrible in every way.

I have never felt so utterly uncomfortable in a hotel in my life . NO masks were being worn by the entire staff and when I asked about it to the manager he became extremely rude and aggressive. He wouldn't open a door that I needed a key for my return to our room. When I said I could hardly wait to write a review he suddenly found the key. Hostile ! On our second night we were handed a towel that looked like it was made in the year of the flood. Travelers beware.

I was traveling from PA to NY after traveling from Ireland. I wanted to do some shopping in the King of Prussia mall. This hotel provided a great base for me. Was able to book on the day, sleep and shower

Checked on a holiday weekend. The staff was very busy, but very professional, friendly, and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean and the breakfast was very good with a variety of options.

This was the perfect location to stay. We were right across the street from King of Prussia Mall and close enough to Philadelphia to make it a day trip to act like tourist. The only draw back to the whole vacation was the traffic, it was horrible.

Good Hotel for the money. Just stayed one night on way back from Lancaster. Wanted to visit Valley Forge. Hotel was clean, and accommodations were fine. Bag breakfast due to COVID was a little skimpy, but understandable due to the nature of the pandemic. Nice courtyard, but a busy area outside the hotel.

Hotel is adequate nothing special. Conveniently located across from KOP Mall. Hotel needs to be updated and carpet in the rooms is nasty! The most disturbing issue I had is with a member of the cleaning staff. I attempted to take some tissue from the cleaning person's cart and she informed me that I had to go to the front desk to get the item and that I could not take it from her cart. She was clearly annoyed. I apologized, put the item back, and inquired if that rule was because of covid. I was not arguing with her, I genuinely was curious. She refused to say anything to me and clearly had major attitude. I went about my way. The next day, I returned from my meeting and briefly returned to my room. On my way back to my car, busted her spitting on my car. Reported her to the front desk, but because they don't have surveillance where I was parked, I had no proof. Seriously nasty!

The hotel was clean and conveniently located across from the King of Prussia Mall and close to Valley Forge. What I really liked was the courtyard and the private patio balcony for some of the rooms.Had tables in the courtyard with a fire pit.

Not enough cleaning staff. Rooms dirty, smelled of something rotten, hallways filthy, no smoking floors smelled like smoke. Mattresses extremely soft with indentations in the center. Couldn't get a room until after 7 pm was told at 3 pm to go get something to eat. Desk staff they had no idea when I room would be available. Did not feel safe.

Amazing place to spend a night. Friendly accommodating staff during our stay July 17th 2021. I definitely recommend choosing this Best Western Plus location. Exceptionally clean spacious room, wonderfully comfortable bed fell right asleep after long day of driving.

I feel I should receive a refund for my stay. The beds sunk in and my and my daughter's backs were hurting the entire weekend. We could not get extra towels for the hotel ran out of towels. We were told that the maids will be in at 8:30 am and we can get them then. Which does not help when my daughter has to be on the LAX field at 7:30 am. I suggested they give us pool towels. Upon looking at me like I had ten heads, they gave 2 to us. We never were allowed any more towels or washcloths. As for being clean, the room looked clean. Till I moved the chair and found peanuts under the chair.

When I checked in I asked for room to be made during stay. They made a note of it but never did it. When I asked for clean towels they had none. When I asked to speak to a manager there was none on site. When I checked in there was smell of weed in the hotel and then I realized it was staff smoking in an empty room. This place needs a real staff overhaul and people need to be let go for just not doing their jobs. I was with a group of people that made reservations months kn advance and when they tried to check in at 6:00 at night there were no rooms ready because it's clear houses is lazy and takes forever.

Front staff was extremely friendly! Room was clean, had a large refrigerator and was perfect for a short stay. The hotel has a pool which we did not use and a bar. Unfortunately the bar is closed on Saturdays and Sunday s which is a bit odd. Overall great location and good visit. We would stay again.

I found this hotel to be clean and comfortable despite the constraints placed on facilities due to covid. Guests and Staff still wore masks in the facility and I didn't feel uncomfortable in any way. The hotel is in good shape in need of minor cosmetic repairs, I would have no second thoughts about rebooking.

First room I had was a very nice room other than when I walked in it smelled like a smoking room my daughter and grandson even said it smelled like smoke. The front desk found me another room. Guest services did a great job.

Overall, it was exactly what I expected. The staff was frankly exceptional for a hotel of this nature. My only issue during the stay was that the shower was missing a curtain, which if I wasn't exhausted when I got in, I probably could've had this issue resolved. The hotel is in a great location and was very clean. I would definitely recommend for the price.

Very good for the price. Excellent location. Right across the street from King of Prussia Mall. Nothing fancy. Typical hotel for a middle class family. Only thing was the hotel was mostly shut down due to co-vid. Pool, hot tub, exercise room and buffet breakfast all closed temporarily. They did offer bag to go breakfasts.

I would've gave this hotel 1 star but the manager was very nice to me. Other than that, the hotel and maintenance were not at all satisfying! I booked the hotel for a couples weekend with my girlfriend and we had to switch rooms twice due to the poor maintenance. The first room was dusty and not at all wiped down. It looked like it was vacant for months.. The second room was a lil more decent until we discovered that the toilet was broke. We had to sleep through the night with a broken toilet because maintenance and room service was not around until 5pm the next day which is ridiculous!! We then switched to our 3rd room which was sooo much better! I really would've enjoyed my stay more if we would've gotten the 3rd room in the first place. I honestly wouldn't recommend this hotel because of the lack of cleanliness and poor availability of room service.. Especially with Covid-19, the rooms should be spotless cleaned and sanitized for their customers..

My family stayed at this hotel because the price was fair in comparison with Philly. The reviews we saw were good so we booked. However, we were switched at the last minute by the front desk person and we went along with it because it placed us closer to our handicap spot and we were exhausted from the day's excursions. The next morning, my husband discovered a single dirty sock under the bed and after further inspection we noticed that the room was not very clean. We requested that the room be cleaned thoroughly but there was no follow up because of a no entry 24 hour rule in place by the hotel management. We only had one more night there so we stayed to avoid the hassle of moving out. Please upgrade the breakfast and the outdoor pool is filthy and didn't have towels. We felt like we were constantly making requests due to the fact that so much was left undone.

We didnt get our room cleaned and not enough towels for 2 people we were told that because of the virus cleaning and supply of toilette items were not provided also there was not hot breakfast available and the restaurants around the area are not taking walk ins most of them need reservations so we had to drive almost 15 mins to find a Mc donalds we Were not warned about this new changes

We have stayed here many times and we chose to be here again As ever the staff are really friendly, the rooms are large, clean and have all amenities. Nice pool, decent breakfast. Near the mall andd easy to get around from A WahWah across the road offers coffee, sandwiches, sodas etc.

We stayed here to attend a convention at another casino/hotel (which was way more expensive) so we chose to stay here instead due to cost. I was super glad that we did! The staff was friendly and helpful, the hot breakfast was amazing and breakfast area very inviting. I LOVED the pool area and the large, nicely landscaped courtyard area which you can cross to get to your rooms. Very peacful and relaxing to sit and listen to the birds. Plenty of tables and chair groupings placed around and above the pool area and courtyard where you can just chill with your friends or a good book. Would love to stay here again if we're in the area. Also just a few minutes from Valley Forge which we enjoyed and you can walk across the street (carefully, lots of traffic!) to one of the largest malls in US. Lots of eating options there, also an amazing Mexican restaurant 2 doors down. Husband rarely wants to eat at the same place twice, but he did there. All-around amazing trip and having such a great place to stay was a big part of enjoying the trip so much. Only one minor complaint, is that it has a lot of wings to the building(s) and can be confusing to find your room. I had difficulty finding the exercise room but I enjoyed working out once I found it. . Maybe a map of the hotel? My highest compliments to the manager and staff. Lovely stay and highly recommended.

Room was fine and clean. Shower was wonderful and the staff was friendly and helpful. However the breakfast was a disappointment and the wifi was terrible. The pool was outdoors so obviously unusable at this time. For $140 or so I night I expect more. Free Philadelphia Inquirer was a nice touch though.

Staff was friendly. Hotel and room were clean. However, upon retiring for the night, we noticed that the bed did not have a blanket...just two top sheets. Staff supplied blankets, but they had so much static that they actually made noise when we moved in the bed. Hello, dryer sheets! Also, the room heater was so loud that we had to turn it off, which made the room cold. Finally, the overnight traffic noise was unacceptable. Rooms facing the intersection should have different windows. Summary: noise, noise, noise. First time @BW+. We won't be back.

Hotel was clean, neat and fresh. Location is perfect close to literally everything easy entrance off of the road.The staff were super friendly not just one of them absolutely everyone member of the staff I met had a big smile on and were really friendly.

I stay at a lot of Best Western hotels. This one seemed much like the rest upon checking in. But once we headed to our room, unfortunately, we were about to learn otherwise. Now, this is a snapshot, and may not be the whole picture. But for us, this was not a good stay. When we entered Door D, the fire alarm box was going off. (This continued all night). When we got to our room, there was a drawer filled with bags and used napkins, a used (gross) washcloth hanging on the shower rod and the flor hadn't been vacuumed. I sat down at the desk and my hand scrapped across some ‘goop' yuck. Called the front desk, got a new room. That room was also poorly vacuumed, also has some spiked grossness on the desk, and unknown until the next morning, long black hair in the shower. Ugh. The remote also didn't work. We called for a new one. Went to get in after an hour, they still didn't have one. I've an hour after that, when we had given up, they brought one up. At about 9:20 pm. At 9:36 pm they called our room to “check and see how our stay was”! In the morning, I went to check out and talk to the manager, but unfortunately, there was only a wicker basket on the counter in which to leave my key. I filled out the survey when they sent it yesterday. They sent me back the generic, we are sorry email.

Came to visit our daughter in school ,nice hotel ,good location,little disturbance.over all good place to stay shopping close by and staff very friendly and helpful my fourth time in 5 years and i will come back in summer if not full.

The location is close to most of the places that are tourist spots but far enough away from the city. There is a Costco near by (no fuel as of this writing). The management and staff are super friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast is good but not gourmet. If you want other options there are restaurants close by as well as the Wawa. We ran into a small issue and management helped us out immediately. This is a place that I would stay at again.

Close to everything we need, Nice rooms, good price, great breakfast area & food. everything worked, good computer in office area. plenty of ice, good shower & TV We stay here once a year for our train show. Will be back next year.

I have frequently stayed at the Hotel and have always been pleased. The breakfast available is good with a number of selections. The rooms are clean and the few problems I have encountered have been corrected quickly.

The room was quickly change because of smoke smell. The new room was good with exception of missing hot water for the sink. I only Informed the front desk about the hot water when I departed. The staff was friendly everything else about the room worked well.

Best Western Inn is located across from King of Prussia Mall making it nice if you come to shop and plan to stay over night. They hotel has a bar with a few selections of food, such as wings and burgers. The bar is nice if you want a snack at night or just relax and have a drink. The staff was very friendly. They hotel offers a hot breakfast, which was good. The rooms are slightly dated compared to other Best Western Hotels. Over all this is a good place to stay.

Booked a stay for my wedding night and asked specifically about a hot tub/whirlpool. Reserved a room on the premise they had one. Was informed after the stay that there are no rooms with a whirlpool at the site. Typical bait and switch marketing.

Location of this property across from King of Prussia Mall is quite good - easy to find off the interstate but not disturbed by road noise. Breakfast spread was more generous than many other properties, and provision of local newspaper in addition to USA Today was appreciated. Exercise room also offered more variety than most other hotels.

The place has good front desk service. The room was fairly clean (the top of the highboy was VERY dusty), the halls were clean & felt safe. The breakfast was decent, thought not as good as I remembered from previous years - where did the self-made waffles go?

This Best Western is a clean hotel, offers a convenient location just outside of Philly. It is a good value for the amenities, offers an included breakfast. Staff is friendly. My only issue was the internet was not reliable.

I used to march in a drum corps, and there was a competition in Allentown. I wanted by fiancee to have the chance to experience one of the great shows on the tour, along with seeing some of the great historical sites in the area (Valley Forge and Gettysburg). The hotel was good, the only problem was with the pool - we both had issues after swimming in it (rashes). The breakfast was very good, and with the other people there, we got to meet some great people! This place will be on my list when we go back there in the future!

We stayed here while attending a wedding in Collegeville. It is a convenient location if you don't get here during rush hour on a Friday. The location is easily accessible but the traffic is crazy, We had a fast check in with friendly staff, did a quick change of clothes and were off to the wedding. The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and very clean. There was plenty of parking. The hot breakfast was good and there were many hot and cold items to suit every taste. We didn't use the pool or gym as we weren't even in the room 24 hours but they both looked appealing and clean.

Great hotel that needs minimal updates. Right across from the King Of Prussia Mall with 400 stores and expanding. A Chillis restaurant across the street, a casino 1.8 miles up the road. Hot breakfast is wonderful and many many options. The pool is open until 10pm at night and the gym is wonderful and very clean.

Only had one issue that the room was not serviced before we checked in at 10pm at night. Reported the problem the next morning and the room was cleaned. Great outdoor heated pool that is open until 10pm and the breakfast far exceeds what most hotels do.

I am trying to think of something this hotel could improve on and the only negative is that the hot tub was not operating. The personnel were all friendly & helpful, the bed was super comfortable, the room was spacious & clean, the bathroom was enormous & immaculate, the breakfast offering was healthy and had something for everybody's tastes, the laundry was clean & accepted credit cards, the parking was ample, the wifi was excellent as was the TV. But the thing that made my jaw drop was the fitness center. I have never seen one so extensive. It had a rope to climb like we did in grade school! It had a boxing bag. It had weighted balls. It had an apparatus with straps that I actually have no idea how to use. If I ever find myself in King of Prussia again, I will definitely stay here!

Unfortunately this time our stay included an unbalanced toilet seat, room not cleaned for next evening, nearby TV set could be heard all night and the last 2 times there the hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was delightful.

The front desk person was fantastic, very helpful. The room was average and the balcony needed cleaned. Breakfast room was very nice and the food was like most hotel breakfasts. Would stay here again if in the area.

We stayed here 2.5 years ago and it was under construction. We gave them a pass because of construction. We stayed here in August of 2019 and it was terrible. The front desk was unhelpful. They never cleaned our room and replaced our coffee or cups. When we called the front desk, we were told he was the only one there and he could not bring us cups or coffee because he could not leave the desk. When I walked to the desk, their where two people there. I will never stay here again.

Great value. The room was very clean, confortable and with access to shopping facilities and major roads. Although close to the major roads, the room was noiseless and the hotel offered a quiet space for one to relax.

Stayed here 7/31 to celebrate my grandson's birthday at the mall because it is a long drive and didn't want to make the trip back and forth in one day. Went to build a bear and Lego land store and had a late lunch and birthday cake before returning back to the hotel. Front desk attendant Bill welcomed us and got us checked in and into our room very quickly. The first impression was that the hotel and rooms are a little worn and dated, but we were there, so we went with it. Room was SPOTLESS, A/C kept the room at a perfect temperature, tv and refrigerator were large and everything was in working order. Next decided to go to the pool..Again, it was spotless, warm and was designed with little ones in mind...plenty of towels and seating and surrounded by flowered brick paths...As we were walking back to our room we saw the fire pit and thought the birthday boy would like that. Got changed and it was getting dark and came down to the lobby and had a drink at the bar and waited for the darkness. The fire pit was nice but it was a little crowded so we went back to our room and ordered a pizza...which was delivered right to our door! Forgot toothbrushes and called down to front desk who said they had toothbrushes and toothpaste on hand. Ken at the desk was very nice and even gave me the last bottle of water in the fridge! Easy checkout however we missed breakfast. Nice quiet clean comfortable hotel with a really pleasant and helpful staff. Try it, I think this hotel really changed my opinion of the Best Western Brand.

I stayed here last year and it was so much better. The front desk guy was great!!! The room smelled like smoke ( front desk offered to move us, but we said it's ok, I used febreze). The shower is like a rain shower so if you have no hair it's great, if you have hair -good luck. Breakfast didn't look appealing at all, the bed is not very comfortable, and when we got back in the room it looked like housekeeping hasn't touched it, I found a note (see picture below). The only thing I needed them to do is change the garbage and give us fresh towels ( that didn't happen either). Very disappointed and will definitely not stay here again.

good value, helpful staff, 30 minute train ride to Philly from Norristown, large rooms and comfy beds The staff are nice and helpful. The price for the area was reasonable. The hotel is close enough to Philadelphia and Lancaster. The rooms are very large. The beds are extremely comfortable which is what I need due to back issues. The hotel is at a busy intersection. That is the main negative for this hotel.

This second stay at The Inn at King of Prussia, was only one night for a business meeting, but was comfortable. The king room was clean, and fresh. If there was something to mention that may be missing, comparatively would be only one towel, etc. per the two of us. Often at other places, there are doubles... Breakfast area was clean, and spacious - the food was nothing fantastic, but eatable and plenty of choices were offered. Overall, nice place to stay - and right across the street from the HUGE Mall, and plenty of places to eat.

I did my research here on Tripadvisor (just like I always do with great success in the past). So many positive reviews and beautiful pictures. TRUST ME.. this is a complete fabrication of the truth. Tripadvisor totally failed us on this one -- or they themselves have been deceived by phony reviews. I booked this room for my wife who was traveling to Philly for a job interview. I was confident that I picked a good hotel based on what I read. Her comfort and safety means everything to me. She called me at 10:30pm last night crying. "I just got into my room. This place is scary and I don't feel safe" she said. "There are shady looking (shirtless) dudes on the balconies smoking and other random people hanging around in the parking lot.. I'm really scared". She went on to tell me "the slider to the second floor balcony doesn't lock.. nor does the dead bolt on the room door! someone could easily climb up and break in here.. plus the room is gross and there are ants crawling everywhere". I told her "I'm really sorry I picked that hotel! Go to the front desk and tell them you're going somewhere else". She said "ok" She called me back a while later and said they gave her another room that was much better and convinced me not to worry. I felt better. Well today I got the truth-- she only said that so I wouldn't worry. She went down to the front desk and told them about her security concerns and the ants -- The man at the front desk was very helpful and addressed her concerns and he assured her that they would take care of everything. They offered to spray for the ants and try to fix the locks on the doors and wanted her to return to the same room! She told him she didn't feel safe there with the dark parking lot and strange people lingering around and wanted a different room. He understood and agreed to relocate her closer to the front of the building near the entrance (and away from all of the unusual activity in the back of the building). Makes me wonder if this motel accepts SECTION 8 housing?? Sure sounds like it! The second room had clean linens and locks that worked. Unfortunately this room also had ants. Both rooms were "gross" in her own words. The A/C in the second room couldn't go cooler than 78. The bar soap was already used in BOTH rooms, the shampoo/conditioner were half gone, and the tissue paper box was empty. A terrible experience to say the least. Best Western King of Prussia -- This isn't over!!! I am calling corporate headquarters to report this. To other travelers.. PLEASE do yourself a favor and book elsewhere!

My wife and I decided to stay here on our trip to King of Prussia. All of the staff members were friendly. We got a great room at a fair price. The room itself was clean and spacious. The bed was soft and comfortable. We got service with a smile whether it was to check in, ask for towels, or a wake up call. The hotel is within close proximity to the Pennsylvania Turnpike, I-76, US Route 202, and US Route 422. We would definitely stay here again

I really want to like this hotel. The staff was mostly very nice. The price was definitely not bad. But that's about where the positives end. The hotel is perfectly located if your destination is the mall. It's right across a very heavily travelled street. Unfortunately, other than 1 Mexican restaurant and 1 Indian restaurant, there are no other restaurants within an easy walk from the hotel. There's a chili's across the street, but we gave up trying to cross the 4 lane road to get there. We ended up eating in the hotel restaurant. The menu is very limited with no really viable healthy options. Although the food was decent and fairly inexpensive, it wouldn't have been a first choice. There is a bar in the hotel that isn't bad. That was a plus. The room was mostly clean, but none of the drains in the bathroom, including the toilet, drained properly. When we flushed the toilet, it would shoot toilet water out at you because the drain is partially clogged. The beds were really hard and uncomfortable. Both of us woke up with incredibly sore backs from the mattresses. We went to the pool, which was mostly nice, but after we were in the pool for a few minutes, a woman at the pool deck told us that staff had just dumped chemicals in to the pool and didn't want anyone in the water for a few minutes. A sign or staff monitor at the pool would have been really great in relaying that information before we got in!! The free breakfast was ok. Typical hotel breakfast fare- sausage, frozen eggs, pastry and bagels, waffles, etc.... The fresh fruit was actually really good, but the coffee was terrible. The hotel is definitely not convenient if you want to go in to Philadelphia. Busses are few, the drive is wretched, and an Uber will set you back $30 each way before tip. And no shuttles in to the city. A definite negative. Again, if you're only looking for a hotel to stay at because you're going to the mall, this isn't your worst option. But the hotel is surrounded by a ton of traffic and isn't convenient to get in and out of to go anywhere. It needs a bit of a cleaning and new mattresses, and fresher food options in the restaurant. I really doubt that I would stay here again.

I previously wrote an unfavorable review of the Best Western in Bryan, Texas. My stay at the Best Western in King of Prussia made me feel like I was paying for doing so. Walking to my room from the front lobby, I could hear kids splashing in the pool outside. Imagine my shock as about 2 dozen, ages 8 to about 11, came in the side door. They seemed to settle evenly in the two doors before and the two doors after my room. I went to the front desk and asked about getting my room changed. I was given a new room, but could not get one with the King Bed I had originally reserved. Upon getting to our room, we discovered that there were no amenities of any kind in the bathroom. No soap, shampoo and/or conditioner, drinking glasses, etc. Since I had brought my gym bag alone, I provided our own for the night. Going to the vending machines to get some bottled water, none was filled with the brands that were supposed to be on sale. Mostly Coke and Pepsi. I had to go across the street to WaWa to get bottled water. Upon arriving, another group of youngsters, this group approximately 11 – 13 and much larger, were pouring onto our floor. Not only did I have to walk around, I had to walk over some who had made themselves quite comfortable in the hallway. As we were there for a family viewing, we needed to be out early. We made sure that we were at the dining room when it opened to make sure we would be able to eat without an unreasonable wait. This location needs to have a uniform policy on what they will and won't stock in their bathrooms. They also need to make sure certain items (e.g.: bottled water) stay stocked. I did not appreciate the front desk clerk advising me “they were all out” and nothing else, when I pointed out their vending machines were empty. I also believe that this location needs to put out some sort of disclaimer regarding the number of tour buses that will be stopping at this hotel on a given day, and they need to careful not to place unassociated guests in the middle of a large, noisy group. Since it is located in “The Cradle of Liberty”, I can understand why school groups will stay there frequently. I can deal with the youthful exuberance but worry about the strain it might put on the cooking staff and the unreasonable wait it might create

My wife and I stayed at this hotel last night. I was having issues with Best Western Rewards with a voucher for a free night's stay. It had expired but I was given an extension by the understanding folks at BW Rewards. Bill at the hotel tried what he could for me before he left for the day. Alonzo took over at that point and went out of his way to call Rewards and have a new voucher sent to the hotel! I appreciate the extra effort these folks, especially Alonzo, put out for me to spend a free night at this awesome hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

This place needs to be renovated. Our room was not in good shape. Vent in bathroom falling out of ceiling. Balcony rail had cobwebs and 2 bee hives 1 with active bees. Stained carpet, panel on wall completely opened, ants on the TV stand. Bathroom tub dirty. Rooms not very well maintain.

Amazing morning breakfast, staff engaged in morning breakfast is superb. Staff at Bar and restaurant is amazing, Nice and Clean room & hotel, Superb Location however front office staff are not supportive and sometimes rude as well and they have Major billing issues.

The staff was amazing and friendly. The room was clean. I wish the lighting in the room was better but it wasn't a huge deal. I didn't have time to have a drink at the bar but I'm sure it would have been a great experience.

Very clean, safe and quiet. Very friendly staff, great breakfast selections, good access to parking. Very attractive center court with lots of grass, trees and flowers, and well maintained outside pool area. We would be happy to return if the situation allowed.

In 2019 if a hotel that promises wifi — in a wealthy wired town where every second local food joint has good wifi — and they 100% fail at it again and again, they're not really trying. If I find myself traveling here again without my family and not for business, I might consider staying to enjoy life off the grid. Breakfast is missable and the walk across the highway to the mall is as as charming as it sounds.

This hotel is very large and well kept. Comfortable, good service, and good value. The general staff are courteous and seem to take pride in their hotel. It seems like a fancier Best Western than some.

If you want to spend over $200 for a room please avoid. Drive 10 more miles and find a nicer one for under $100 for one night. Breakfast was OK but for over $200 was expecting more. And it smelled horrible outside, like Sewage.

To get right to the point, this was one of the worst hotel stays I have had, without exception. On check-in I was told that they no longer had the room I had requested (2 queen beds), despite the fact I had specifically reserved that configuration when I made my hotel reservation 3 months before. So I ended up having to take a single-bed room and having to move to a new room the next day. In anticipation for having to move rooms, I kept all my clothes in my suitcases and asked the front desk to move my bags to the new room since I would likely be out all day. So I left the next morning thinking that I would be in my new room when I got back. But, alas, that was not to be. When I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, I found that my bags had not been moved to my new room! Instead my bags were in the lobby waiting for me, and I had to do the move myself. The craziness did not end there. I get to my new room, start unpacking, and notice this hideous dark red stain on the carpet next to the bed. It was about the size of a watermelon so it was pretty noticeable. I head straight to the front desk to complain and was then told that they had tried to remove the stain, but were unsuccessful. Then I was asked whether I wanted to move to yet another room! Of course, I said yes because I had no idea what that stain was. And of course, I schlepped my bags down the hall to the new room myself (again). Then it gets even more interesting: my upstairs neighbor is making all sorts of racket and jumping/plodding on the floor (my ceiling). I called the front desk (twice) to see about getting them to stop, but they were unsuccessful. The jumping/plodding finally stops at 1:30am (give and take), and I eventually was able to get some sleep. I told my son who was supposed to be staying with me as he moved his stuff out of his dorm, to just stay in his dorm longer rather than deal with this nonsense. I have stayed here before, primarily because of the price and its location near KOP mall. But I seriously doubt I would ever put myself through this type of experience again.

I've stayed at this particular hotel many times over the past 9 years. Always a good experience, pretty grounds, breakfast with a wide variety of choices, great location! Rooms are large and comfy, mini fridge and coffee maker in room. No microwave but there is one available in the breakfast area.

This hotel was the site of a one-day business meeting for my team and two nights' stay surrounding that. They took care of us well while we were there, including our rooms, conference room and some breakout rooms for activities. The staff were cheerful and helpful, and the rooms were clean. The internet seemed sufficient although their sign-on process did not work for my client laptop which connects through a VPN, etc. I ended up having to use workarounds to get online in order to send my emails, etc. The room decor could use some updating and repair.

Great hotel for the money. Room was clean and in good working condition with satisfactory beds. Breakfast was filling and had good variety and their dinning area was very pleasant. Staff were very friendly and kind. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and happy nights stay at a good price. I really love the BW Plus hotels and enjoy using their points system. I would also recommend joining and booking direct from the website, you get some great deals that way. Did not use the pool while there so I can't comment on that.

First time in PA for basketball game & sightseeing. Room was nice, spacious, and clean. Check in/out was fast and efficient. Plenty of onsite parking. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Found this Best Western last minute. The staff was awesome very helpful. There is a lounge that serves food as well as drinks, if you ask at front desk they give you a $10 card for food/drinks. The room was clean, bed was soft had a foam topper. Nice toiletries like the citrus scent. Lastly the breakfast was good everything was fresh and hot or cold depending on what it was. Overall this was a great experience at Best Western in King of Prussia.

Upon arrival to departure, we felt like a valuable customer. Our room was great! Pillows are small but there were 5 per bed. There were 3 towels in the bathroom for 4 people so ask ahead! The fan in the bathroom wasn't working or there wasn't one to begin with but we kept the door open a little bit. It was very clean and the refrigerator was cold and worked perfect. The AC worked great and the fan option allowed the grandchildren to sleep well. We literally heard nothing after entering the room. This is the first time, there was no sound beyond any of our walls, ceiling or floor! I slept like a log! The bed was fantastic! Breakfast was fantastic! The yogurt machine was delicious and my grandchildren still talk about it! Coffee was very good! I would definitely return to this location. I wish the price was a little less but overall I think it was worth it for the convenience to the mall. Great employees! Clean!

My stay was top notch. Everything was spot on. The check-in went smoothly. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and well kept. The fitness room was 24hr access and had adequate equipment for my needs. The breakfast was hot and tasty. The big thing was ample hot water for a bath, even during normally high usage times of the evening and morning. Hot water is a major thing personally, due to a chronic health condition requiring a daily hot bath to treat. On a previous stay here, that extended for a week, the hot water was a major issue. There was none at any time of the day. The management seemed to take the issue seriously and fixed it with intense gusto. I was very happy for the ample hot water this time. I stay here multiple times a year for extended periods, and look forward to returning in the future. This is definitely the best hotel in the area in its price range. It offers the quality of some other hotels in the area that are significantly higher in price. This is important when staying for a week or more. A night or two of a higher price can be accommodated, but ten days gets quite expensive. This hotel makes it possible to stay in a quality place for an extended period of time. Great hotel!

I would definitely stay here again. The staff was nice, helpful and friendly. The room was one of the most clean I have ever seen. I always check out the bathroom for cleanliness when I arrive at a new hotel room. Somebody was obviously paying attention to detail when they were cleaning. I felt very comfortable and the room decor was nice! The whole hotel seems updated and in good condition. The breakfast was great too. Eggs and sausage, a waffle maker, muffins,toast , Bagels, yogurts and some other things I'm sure I'm forgetting as well. The whole place was on point.

My wife and I just wanted to get away it was a very nice room with a very nice balcony where we could smoke it would be nice if the rooms were smoking rooms and if the rooms have microwaves other than that everything was very nice I don't have any complaints I would stay again and the price was reasonable

I needed a room to stay over night between meetings in the city. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. clean rooms. Offered a variety of free breakfast options. Not too fancy but nice overall. I would stay here again.

Picked this place for a night Sixers game. Enjoyed our night and the convenience to the PA turnpike. Room was clean and breakfast b in the morning was good. We will stay here again when we need a place to stay.

Do not check in we had to leave because of rodents in the room. if you find them in one location they are morethanlikely in others they are renovating the frontal wing on the ground floor but still renting the second floor should not be allowed as the reno's are disturbing the rodents if you must stay request the new wing at the back so much for non-smoking as our floor constantly smelled of cannibas

I booked my hotel through our corporate booking system. I read some of the reviews and was concerned that there were some negative comments and not good review. I decided to take a chance. Friendly staff, clean and very neat. My room pretty big. Overall pleasantly surprised and I think great value for money.

If your looking for a clean friendly place yo stay. The inn at king of prussia is the place to be walking distance to the mall and still close to the city. Wonderful staff. They make sure every part of your stay runs smooth. Thanks again guys

The service was fast and friendly. As me and my boyfriend and the other couple did as we were instructed to go to the entrance at the back of the hotel we realized why. They probably weren't making a lot of money. So they were obviously trying to be a quick and efficient as possible. No one wants to walk through a entrance that should of been blocked off. There was caution tape all over debris everywhere. Very hazardous conditions to have to walk through. Not worth the 130 dollars paid for this room

The hotel needs to be updated and improved. The rooms are old. The room was very cold and the air conditioned did not work , it only produced air, but it did not heat and make a horrible noise (even working, I mean heating, it was impossible to have it on during the night). The beds mattresses were very old and bumpy, really uncomfortable. Apart from that, when we opened the bed, the sheets looked as if were dirty and used, all wrinkled. The bed clothes were not enough, not a quilt, just a very thin blanket. We asked for more blankets, we were given two, but not even enough for one bed. Breakfast poor and when products were finished they were not replaced after a long time.

We stayed for 2 nights to do some shopping and go to Philly. The staff are very nice and the breakfast was good. The price was good as well. The issue we had was that the room needed some help. There was no comforter on the bed and none to be found in the room. the carpets didn't seem so clean, the sheets were so tattered that I kept getting caught with threads and there were mouse traps by the bed.....eeeeek! Just saw them when we were looking around to pack up.

This hotel was extremely clean and up to date. Our room was quite large by most standards. The bed and pillows were so cozy! There is a mall across the highway, but we never heard any traffic noise. Breakfast was above average from most hotels. Posting some pictures, but please excuse the mess as I took these right before we checked out. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for business trip in Malvern for a few days. Directly across the street from King of Prussia mall, large rooms, plenty of parking outside, 3 stories, a good sized empty fridge (~3x2'), large desk and comfy herman miller-esq chair, large bathroom countertop, ~42” tv, and functioning heat that adjusted my temp preference quickly, etc. The best part are the staff. The gentlemen at the front desk were personable, professional, funny and remembered I was the exhausted guy who just called the front desk looking for a burger (best western burger was damn good) when I came down to the bar to order it. The bartender was very nice and friendly and they had a few beers on tap (two were local IPAs). Try the Plaza Azteca Mexican restaurant located next door (you can walk there without going on the road). I'm from outside NYC and it's one of the best Mexican places I've been to. Only con is the head-sized pillows, but you get 4 for a queen bed and 8 if you have a double queen room to yourself so there are plenty to live out your wildest fantasies

We were in town for a funeral and were treated like royalty by Alonzo and the entire staff. Everyone was super friendly and went overboard to accommodate. The rooms were Very Clean and Comfortable. The breakfast was GREAT and the staff was very friendly and went above and beyond for our group. The weekend couldn't have been better.

The staff is helpful and pleasant. We received a free night because of our rewards card points. They really added up fast. What a nice surprise. The breakfast has a nice variety. We definitely always look for a Best Western for our getawys.

Check in was fast. Room was average size but clean with comfortable bed. WiFi was good. Breakfast was ok. Parking is complementary. Staff were helpful. The only thing I might highlight is the AC as it was so noisy so I had to turn it off to continue sleeping. The safe deposit box is at reception, it would be nice to have one inside the room.

We were in Pennsylvania for a quick family visit and stayed only 2 days. We arrived much earlier than planned and just wanted to wait in the lobby of the hotel until checkin time. Our room was ready and we were able to access the room immediately which we really appreciated. We stay at Best Western hotels if they are available in the area we visit because they are always very helpful.

Room was spotless and the staff very friendly. Ample free breakfast with a machine that dispensed really good fresh yogurt. I liked that, in order to get to the corridors where the rooms are, I had to use my room key - a nice extra level of security

My wife and I stayed here twice in the last two years. Both times the non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. The pillows are tiny. Like I can't believe the size of the pillows. There is no reason for it. The second time we stayed the third-party company I booked with (HotelQuickly) cancelled my reservation for some reason - not Best Western's fault (probably) but the staff was not concerned with my dilemma or very helpful. I will neither come back here with my wife nor my mistress. Don't use HotelQuickly.

This hotel is located at the junction of several major roads and highways and is directly across the street from the enormous King of Prussia Mall. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! They completed check-in process in about 2-3 minutes and even took the initiative to get me directions to a few nearby destinations without being asked to do so! The hotel appears to be doing some remodeling, but that did not affect me in any way. The room was very large and the bed was so, so comfy! There was a fridge in the room. The breakfast provided a nice selection of cereals, fresh fruits, eggs, breads, and beverages. The staff will microwave anything, such as cheese on your eggs, if you ask. It was thoughtful of them to leave meat out of the eggs for those people who are not pork eaters. The only negative is that the fresh fruits are all in the same bowl so they lose their individual flavor; many hotels do this and I have no idea why! The hotel could update its decor a bit, but otherwise it was a very nice property and I would stay there again.

Hotel is nicely situated for shopping. With the King of Prussia Mall minutes away. My wife and daughter like to go to IKEA which is about 15 minutes away. So living about an hour from the hotel, we decided to make it an overnight getaway and go shopping. Having stayed in this hotel back in March, we knew how great this hotel is. The staff, the breakfast both are excellent. Definitely will stay here again!

Everyone here is professional and friendly. The rooms are clean and modern. The location is nearby a large shopping mall and there's an excellent Mexican restaurant within walking distance. There's also a Wawa within walking distance across the street. This hotel has a nice outdoor pool that we used over the summer during our last stay here. Overall I definitely recommend this hotel.

We slept well in a quiet location with good choice of pillows and easily adjusted temperature. I really like the current Best Western soap and shampoo offering we found here and other Best Westerns, complimented by a nice shower.

Hotel was a normal hotel room with a queen bed, nothing fancy or anything else to indicate this being a "plus" hotel. The room was clean (minus a large fruit punch stain just outside the refrigerator on the floor) and the bathroom had been recently remodeled. Right next to the highway, although there was no noise, and also somewhat hard to access. Continental breakfast was sufficient, and there seemed to be many business travelers like myself staying here.

Cleanliness was an issue. Had hair all over my room. DISGUSTING!! Toilet seat had something on it, hair on linen in bathroom as well as in shower, and what I think was toothpaste was on the bathroom mirror and faucet. Bed were comfortable but NO BLANKETS were on the beds at all only throws! Décor was ok and location was PRIME for King of Prussia Mall. Literally right across the street. Stay here only if you have no other choice.

Came with a group of 20. We were met at our bus with all of our group's keys so we didn't even have to check in at the lobby...that was great, unexpected service. Hotel was clean, breakfast great and location perfect for mall and for our work at Cabrini. Wawa across the street an added bonus

Perfect hotel for an overnight or couple of days. This is located outside of Philadelphia and across the street from a very large nice mall. Rooms are clean, complimentary breakfast offers nice selection. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our only issue was the electronic room key failed a few times during our stay and we had to go to the desk for a new key card.

Although king of Prussia mall is a short distance away, a car is necessary as not really suitable to walk. However septa bus 125 stops across road from hotel and is only 3 minutes to mall from there.

My wife and I recently completed a road trip through several States with one of our destinations being a visit to Philadelphia. While researching this trip I found Hotels to be rather pricey if staying in Downtown Philadelphia with the additional high cost of parking. Hotels near the Airport also charged for parking so we were pleased to find the Best Western Plus The Inn at King Of Prussia. Free Parking / Free WiFi / Lovely Complementary Breakfast / Nice clean room. We stayed in the "D" section of the hotel which was lovely. We left our car at the hotel and took public transit to Downtown Philly 13th Street and Market. Cost a mere $2.50. You can get Bus #125 right outside the hotel or walk to the nearby King of Prussia Mall and take Bus #124 or 125. Bus 125 also stops opposite the hotel upon your return. It will take you approximately 1.15 hrs each way depending on traffic, however, you do not want to drive into Philly. My wife and I are in our early sixties and love to walk. Philadelphia is an easy city to see on foot so we walked everywhere. You may want to get an all day Bus Pass .When taking the bus be sure you have exact change. Staff at the hotel were nice. They also have a bar where you can purchase food and enjoy reduced prices on beer and wine during happy hour. The King of Prussia Shopping Mall that is the biggest mall by available retail space in the USA is located across the busy street. There are many restaurants at the Mall or consider Chili's directly across from the hotel. Just be careful when crossing the major thoroughfare. If your looking to purchase a case of beer or some wine there is a Wegmans located a short drive from the hotel with quite a selection. Philadelphia is a very interesting historical place to visits with loads of attractions, many free. Make sure your first stop is the Independence Visitor Center located at 6th & Market where you can get your free tickets to Independence Hall. The location of the Best Western Plus was excellent for our purpose and I would recommend it as a much more affordable alternative to staying in Downtown Philly.

Lots to like here but handicapped parking is very limited. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The handicapped accessible room I had was very good. The big problem was parking. I arrived at 4 and saw there were two spots and feared the worst. When I returned about nine those spots were gone and my fist parking place was about twenty cars from the door. This will ale me hesitate about staying again. At front area handicapped parking is far from door and has curb barriers.

People courtious, and helpful, room was clean and specious. The best of all: I left pair of jeans with $200 in the pocket in the room. Day after I talked to the manager and he looked after it and even mailed it to my home (Canada). Best Western should be proud with these employees from this hotel. Nenad

I stayed for one night. The room was clean, and the hotel if very close to the King of Prussia mall. However, rooms are in need of renovations, since they look dated. If you get it for less than $100 a night, stay there. Note to the hotel: please change the pillows; I've never seen a hotel that offers square pillows for sleep. They were so small!!!!

We were very surprised by this Hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious and look like they have been remodeled not long ago. The backyard has the pool and a Gas fireplace. Located directly at an Interstate you can get there fast. The "King of Prussia Mall" is located directly at the other side of the Highway. You would expect this kind of room and location in a more pricy Hotel. Highly recomnmended.

The location was the biggest draw, but we found a terrific value, and a little oasis right next to the mall and Valley Forge. The courtyard and pool are lovely. Room was clean, breakfast was tasty, staff was friendly and we plan to visit again.

I had to make reservations for 2 different times and the staff was more than willing to put those two reservations together so that we did not have to change rooms at the end of one of the reservations. Loved the proximity to my conference, even the morning traffic was not too terrible. The outdoor pool and hot tub were clean and very refreshing after a long day of travel and conferences. The bed was comfortable and inviting after a long day. The continental breakfast was good, with choices of cold and hot cereal, eggs, sausage, waffles and french toast sticks. The only thing missing was the bacon!

Great place to stay. It's right of the highway so you would think it would be noisy, but that wasn't the case all! They have a courtyard with seating area and pool (plus “hot” tub), which is open from 10am to 10pm. Breakfast is standard continental. Nothing fancy, but it's included. Our room was clean. It's located opposite of the famous King of Prussia mall. Lots of restaurants around, something for everybody's taste and price. It's very close to Valley Forge park (or convention center if you have to be there). And still relatively close to the city (Philadelphia), although traffic is always though in this area.

I almost always stay at a Best Western in my travels. This was definitely not the best one but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed there three nights and felt they didn't clean the room that well during my stay - especially the bathroom. For the room i felt the price was a bit steep - it shouldn't be over $100 for the location and quality.

Location great if going to mall. Traffic extremely heavy around hotel. No recognition of Diamond Status and while check in was 3PM room was not ready until 3:40. Excuse was that they were sold out night before. Next day people at front desk complaining their rooms weren't ready and it was 4PM. Used same excuse. Breakfast was average. Housekeeping failed to re supply room after cleaning. Water pressure in shower very low. Nice bar area with a very nice limited menu. Didn't order from menu so can't comment on food.

My daughter and I go King Of Prussia at least 3 or 4 times a year to shop. I always try to stay here. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly. I will stay here over and over again. It is right across from the mall which is the reason for all my trips. Very convenient.

After a long drive, a comfortable bed, cozy room, and efficient staff were exactly what was needed. The hotel is near a lot of dining options, the room was the perfect size, and next time I'm in King Of Prussia (hey, you never know!) I'm staying here. Thanks Best Western Plus, y'all are sweet.

Though we only stayed overnight, this hotel left a very good impression on us. The staff was great, so helpful in answering our questions, going out of their way to help in the very best way they could. Breakfast was wonderful, couldn't have asked for more but most of all the beds were really comfortable, very pleased with this hotel! .

We stopped here for the night while driving nearly cross country. We we so impressed with the beautifully maintained common areas, the friendly staff, the fun on-site bar and most importantly, the rooms and the great rest! The rooms were immaculately clean, super comfortable and very quiet. Great stay all around!

Easily accessed, this bright and pleasant hotel is much larger than it first appears. Although it is right across from the huge King of Prussia mall, many rooms, including ours on the second floor, face a pleasant and peaceful courtyard, which we enjoyed from our room's balcony. The mattress was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a good amount of surface area. The breakfast was excellent and included eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, fruit, etc. The breakfast room is in a large, spacious atrium near the outdoor pool. There is a small bar, but it closes at 10 PM. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

I stayed for one night and I am planning to go again. The front desk staff were very helpful and they were available at all time to help me with any question and they made me feel like home. Thank you to Krizia and Felecia for all your help. The breakfast was delicious and the beds were really comfortable. The pool was not as big as I expected. It was very relaxing to sit by the pool area and the room balcony.I really recommend this hotel, since it was family-friendly. Excellent location with free parking and breakfast included. The Mall, restaurants and gas stations right across the street and easy access to I-76. This hotel also offered a computer with printer for the use of guests by the front desk.

My spouse and family stay here yearly for the Devon horse show and they always had good reviews. This year after driving 5 hours and settling horses in for a few more at show grounds, we checked in around 4pm . Much to our disappointment the rooms were not ready ( check in says 3pm). They now have a little bar ( had a great bartender ) which is a nice addition, so we waited there. 45 minutes later we had to go and ask again if our rooms were ready. Finally yes, however the gentleman at front desk was unapologetic, unable to even politely say sorry when we asked if our one drink might be complimentary due to the wait. " I would if I could" was his only response. The rooms however were great, very spacious and clean. Nice big bright bathroom and shower and all room appliances work great. Nice little table and patio area as well outside the room. So the stay even though lacking in the customer service department was a good one.

We enjoyed a pleasant stay at the Best Western Plus near King of Prussia mall. Great location with clean comfortable rooms. The bed was so comfortable. Our breakfast was really good as well. The hotel seems a little dated, but I was pleasantly surprised!

We had a great stay at this hotel when my band was playing a show in Philly on 6/2/18. Very friendly and courteous staff, super clean rooms, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and bar in the hotel had great atmosphere as well. Loved having a first floor room with patio doors that lead right to the beautiful courtyard and pool. Close to shopping and highway too. We will definitely stay here again!

My niece and I stayed at the hotel to visit friends in a nearby town.It was easy to get to, had friendly staff and nice amenities. The central grassy courtyard around the pool was a nice touch and the breakfast room looked out on it. The breakfast had a reasonable selection.. The room was quiet and the bed really comfortable. The breakfast was good. It was a bonus having the KOP Mall across the street but we only had time to have a late dinner at one of the restaurants.I find Best Western t be a reliable brand and have been rarely disappointed.

Nice large rooms and good location. Very close to several restaurants and right across the street from the King of Prussia Mall. (You can easily walk to the mall from the hotel if you go down the block to the crosswalks.) Great stay!

Staff was kind and accommodating and great for groups. Breakfast had eggs, french toast, fruit,bagels,bacon etc... large area to eat. rooms were a good size, close to freeways, and shopping. Beds were comfy. Wish pool area was a little bigger.

I stayed at this hotel while visiting family in the area. It has clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was excellent. The egg dishes were different every day along with different choices of cut up fresh fruit which is nice for a five night/four day stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed in the wifi as it was very weak and difficult to access. I had to use my cell phone connection to access my work account. Also the access from the main road is tricky to navigate a turn into the parking lot. It is a very busy area and there is a lot of traffic, but I am happy to say that the room was very quiet.

Our stay was a good one. Hotel comfortable, clean, friendly. Staff very helpful and informative. Location easy to get to even though it is in a busy area. Amenities were good, Rooms comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Staying now and power has been out for quite sometime. ?we were looking forward to using the fitness center, etc. I understand that it is an act of nature but nobody reached out to guests and without air conditioning the rooms are unbearable and for my friend with COPD she can't barely make it up the steps (& we are on top floor). I would expect a discount but nobody to ask anyway!!! King of Prussia....

If you want to be greeted by a truly friendly and helpful staff this is the place to stay. If you want a hot breakfast with a good selection, this is the place to stay. We arrived early (prior to check in time) and the staff found us a clean room and allowed us to check in. It's that little extra that makes your stay enjoyable.

Checking in and out were easy. The staff was wonderful and accommodating - especially the GM Adam Krasley. They immediately addressed an issue with the room and made sure that I was satisfied with the change. The hotel and grounds are well kept. There was a very nice inner courtyard and swimming pool. Wish I had time to enjoy the other amenities.

Spent 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. Fast check in and check out. Staff was very friendly, courteous and efficient. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with nice selection---did miss having waffles, which seems to be the norm with other BW hotels. We had one complaint and that was the WiFi. Two of the 3 nights we were there it did not work at all. Our room was at the back of the hotel, which may have been the problem, but it was a little frustrating to have to go to the lobby in order to use the WiFi. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again if we had a room with adequat WiFi.

After staying at AirBNB's for the last month, it was nice to get a hotel. The beds were comfortable and rooms were nice and clean. Always had hot water. The hotel has a bar that I never used, but nice to see if I wanted to have a drink. The morning breakfast area was very nice and had a great selection of hot and cold items. Lots of restaurants close by as well as the mall. I would stay at this location again.

Right across the street from the mall, you can't go wrong with this location is your here to shop. We had a large room which faced the back and it was very quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

We are a family of four with two young children. We stopped here for the night when returning from vacation. The hotel is very modern and aesthetically pleasing. It has all the amenities you could possibly. We all enjoyed the full breakfast on the morning. The room was very clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative thing I can say is that the walls in the guest rooms are paper thin. Unless your neighbors are church mice, you'll likely be able to hear what's going around you. Overall, it was a good stay and we would definitely return again.

Stayed here for one night with family of 4 including 2 young children. Room was clean and spacious. Only downside (not hotels fault) was people letting their doors slam repeatedly in the middle of the night waking our children. Breakfast was decent and staff was very friendly!

My 4th time here for Girl's High gathering. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast spread is good with enough variety of foods. The breakfast area/ lounge are bright and cheery with enough space to sit and can go outside if the weather is nice. We sat outside for breakfast one day. There is a microwave available to heat food, leftovers if you bring any from outside. No microwaves are in the hotel rooms. Computer and printer were functioning in the lobby/lounge area. There is a little bar lounge area opposite the check-in desk with some beverages and finger foods for purchase. I liked the fact that they offer fresh fruit -apples, oranges in the lobby and in breakfast/lounge areas. It's a nice touch!

Every year I am of of the few who opt out of staying at the casino for our billiard event. The King of Prussia Best Western is right up the road and offers a luxury room with a patio, free breakfast, fantastic staff and of course $100's saved. This is a yearly event and you will always find me at Best Western The Inn at King of Prussia!!

For a hotel that claims to be smoke-free, we smelled cigarette smoke immediately upon arrival. But when our room filled with smoke at 9PM from the room below, we called the front desk and the woman's exact words were "What do you want me to do about it?!" Before visiting the front desk in-person, I walked around the halls and not only found the smokers below us, but also people blatantly smoking by a side door, the door wide open. When I arrived at the front desk, the front office manager Alonso was very apologetic, provided us a different room in the newer wing, and informed me the woman who answered left for the day. He handled it right which I appreciate, but that's when I learned just how divided this hotel is. The newer wing was fine, it didn't have the smoke presence, stained carpets, or rotting faux wood furniture of the older part of the hotel we were first assigned. They need to completely renovate that section, and really enforce the non-smoking policy. I suspect they don't even have working smoke detectors based on our experience. I wish I could tell you we had good night's sleep after all that, but the beds were squeaky paired with tiny lumpy square pillows. Do yourself a favor, spend a little more for a better hotel. If you must stay here, demand the newer section, or be a cigarette smoker. Side note, the location is by a busy road, next to a busy highway, but if you like endless shopping it's right by the mall.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable beds, with helpful staff and good amenities. I will be back in future. Front desk staff were pleasant and happy checking in and checking out, even helped to get pizza ordered.

We have stayed here before, and returned because the staff is friendly, the rooms are nice, a more-than-decent breakfast is offered and it is close to several highways, since we have family, friends and colleagues within a few miles of the location.

The Best Western King of Prussia is a good value and very nice hotel, and very convenient to the Mall as well as Villanova. Staff was nice, courteous and friendly. The breakfast is good, convenient and adds value. We try to stay there when in the area.

This hotel met my expectations. I would definitely stay here again. Due to my personal schedule, I did not get to use most of the amenities of this hotel. The staff member who checked us in gave us a great recommendation for dinner.

Housekeeping service was poor and on our first day non-existent. Mattress was far too soft except for numerous hard lumps. No elevators. Carpets were old and gritty. The shower was unbelievably loud in the bedroom. Due to the design of the building, if your room is on the wrong side of the building the walk to the lobby and breakfast area can be a very long one involving at least two stairways. The front desk staff was helpful, but we had to visit them on three of the four days we stayed to get towels and coffee when housekeeping did not replace them.

Walking in the door, the room seemed good, but within moments my son found a dark sticky stain on his bedspread, and I noticed a large oily stain on mine. We tossed the bedspreads aside and the rest of the linens were clean, though very worn, so we made do. There were other signs of poor maintenance: the headboard had come loose in one corner, so it banged the wall when I leaned against it, and the switch to go from tub faucet to shower barely worked. We were not bothered by noice from adjoining rooms, and the beds were comfortable once I fluffed the "square" pillows out to their proper rectangular shape. Breakfast was adequate-- good waffles, awful eggs, overcooked bacon, and the usual assortment of supermarket bagels, bread, muffins, etc.

Booked this hotel as we were visiting nearby colleges. The fantastic ratings made the booking a "no-brainer". I cannot understand the outstanding ratings at all. Although the check in was seamless there were a number of unsettling people in the lobby. The hallway to our room had a bad odor to it... almost like a bug spray. Thankfully, when we entered our room the smell was much less apparent. The room was pretty but the walls are paper thin and so is the ceiling. Heard the people above us walking around and the people beside us talking. The pillows were square and less than half the size of a standard pillow. The bed was comfortable but the zipper enclosing the mattress was broken so you could see the inside of the mattress. The bathroom was clean however the shower did not work. That being said within 5 minutes of calling and complaining, the maintenance man was at our door and it was fixed in about 15 minutes. Could not wait to check out. I do not recommend as a family hotel.

I've been to this hotel several times and it's easy to choose this hotel as my favorite hotel in Pennsylvania. The rooms are clean and comfortable at a fair price. The staff is always super nice and helpful. You will always get superior service here and your wallet won't take a beating. This location is right near King of Prussia Mall and right near I-76, US 202, US 422, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Very convenient and easily accessible. It's definitely worth staying here. You will not regret spending a night here.

Loved this place. Huge bed, clean room. We got upgraded to a suite with jacuzzi. Sure, why not. Right across the street from King of Prussia Mall. Free breakfast included, and they had a wide array of foods to choose from. Fast check in and check out. This hotel has everything you need.

The staff were most friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the breakfast was typical for a hotel continental breakfast and was very good. The hotel has a nice inner courtyard, which is an oasis from the bustling of nearby traffic. Overall, I thought we got excellent value for our money at this hotel.

This hotel is a pleasant surprise. Directly across the road from King of Prussia mall but the room was quiet, spacious and had a great view of a court yard. Breakfast was better than average with fresh cut fruit.

Spent three nights at the BW and found the shower area full of mold and mildew which I am allergic to.... Water pressure was okay. Very noisy on the first level which is down the stairs so almost feels like the basement but you can view the parking lot from your window. Breakfast was adequate, the usual scrambled eggs and sausages, french toast or Waffles, fruit, yoghurt and toast and bagels. The one perk was that the Inn is close to the second largest Mall in USA, Has designer stores, a Macy's and other department stores. a small food court and a bus depot to take the bus to Philadelphia , an hours ride by bus because of traffic, Convenient if you do not want to drive your car into the city, Parking in Philly is outrageous.

I ate breakfast like a king. I was very please to see all of the variety. and especially please to find that the food was hot and plenty of it. I want to especially tha Michael, who was always pleasant. He takes ownership of the breakfast area,.

Nice enough room, in room coffee was good (little one cup pods (not kcups)). The complimentary coffee avail 24 hrs is terrible. It is the concentrate stuff in a machine that doses some with hot water. Blah. Good breakfast though! Hint, there is a street out back that takes you to a light on S Gulph if you need to go North during a busy time. Which seems to be most of the time.

Very noisy room, close to interstate. Bed was "pillow top" but was very uncomfortable. The check was easy and staff was nice and courtesy. We had to leave earlier than expected and the morning guy was very helpful with this.

Felicia checked me in, noticed I had 2 reservations, corrected for me, saving me some time and money. Clean room, hot water great pressure. A good shower means a lot to me since I work hard! Breakfast was good. Overall great stay!

Here for work and wanted something close to the mall. Hotel is refurbished, not new. However, for the price, it was fine. The best part was the amazing, comfy beds. Fitness room has lots of options too. If you are looking for decent, this is it. If you want posh, go on down the road.

I had a great stay at this hotel when I had to stay over in KOP for business reasons. Definitely the best and highest quality hotel I have stayed at in the area. I have stayed at a few others. Rooms were perfect - newly renovated and pristine clean. Wonderful service especially on reception. Great bar service from a friendly and helpful barman called Alonzo. Night service from Armel was fantastic. I do not think you could get a better deal considering the incredible quality and value offered by the hotel.

Staff is professional and personable. Rooms are cozy. The internet always works. Breakfast is good (dining area well-maintained). Across the street from one of the best malls. Never any problems here!

Can't beat the service and price and it included a great breakfast for the 3 people in the room. No complaints whatsoever other than a delay during check-in but that was minor. Breakfast staff was especially attentive and the food was terrific and offered plenty of choices.

I stayed in this hotel a month ago on a business trip. The hotel lobby was confusing to find initially and our check in experience was average. The room was placed 2 stairways away at the end of a long hallway, even though we told the receptionist we had to wake up extremely early for work the following morning. I left a (nice) ring on the nightstand beside the bed and realized I left it around 2P after we checked out. I called the hotel & they didn't answer after 3 phone calls so I stopped by that afternoon on my way out of town. The manager told me to write my contact info on a paper slip and he would make sure he personally gave it to housekeeping. To no surprise, I didn't receive a phone call after a couple of days & I called back asking to speak with housekeeping. They ensured me they did not receive any note. I told them exactly where I left the ring and they told me the woman in charge was not available to talk on the phone that day. I called back the next day and could not reach her yet again. I opened a file with Best Western's corporate customer care number & they told me it would take about 10 days to get back. I have not heard anything back from them & am extremely disappointed with the way the hotel handled the situation. Safe to say I will not be staying here again.

Really wonderful experience here. Staff was particularly friendly and out - going. Room was very clean, sliders to patio would have been used had it not been so cold. And surprisingly quiet given the location.

Motel is clean and comfortable, just across highway from King Of Prussia mall. Internet kept going out. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a lot to offer although some of the food had apparently been out for a while.

I had to take my parents to downtown Philadelphia for an early morning appointment the day after Christmas. Looked for something close to the Turnpike with decent ratings on Christmas day. This fit the bill nicely. Had to go back to the desk and change one of the rooms to another floor since my parents can't do stairs. Hassan was very pleasant and personable, unlike others that we had encountered earlier in the day that clearly were unhappy about being open for business.

This Best Western was clean, updated and very convenient to roadways and shopping. The beds are so comfortable and they have the best pillows. The decor is pleasantly updated in the rooms. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very attentive to cleanliness. They continuously kept the food stations fully stocked at all times. They were very pleasant and helpful too. The wifi signal was very strong. This is now our favorite BW that we have stayed at.

I will be staying at this hotel again! Pleasant staff, clean rooms, and a great location. I travel frequently for business and based on this experience I will be staying at more Best Westerns moving forward.

Me and my husband stayed in a queen bed room. The room was ok but was terribly smelly when u get in. room service was good. breakfast options was ok. 1-2 reception guys were really good and they helped me in shifting to the nearby hotel post my checkout. however, when i asked them to extend my stay,they denied as they were sold out and i had to checkout and shift to nearby hotel the next day. over all good experiance except the terribly smelly room(may be just our bad luck)

I was impressed when I entered my room because it smelled pleasant (no musty smell), I felt the room was quite nice (with modern chair and luggage bench) and clean, and I could tell the restroom had been cleaned. The front desk staff (Felicia Andrews) was about to leave when I came to ask a question, yet they eagerly helped me right away. It was a pleasant interaction because I could tell Felicia was genuinely trying to help me - and she did. I had no problems with the wifi either. Overall a great experience!

Thanksgiving weeklong trip was a complete disaster because we did not have any hot water for four days. We we miserable out of town guest. The worst vacay ever!! The manager offered us $30 back for our experience! We booked for 7 days and received nothing.

I usually book at the Sheraton close by, but they are double the price, and were sold out. I stayed here for one night mid week, and was pleasantly surprised by the entire place. My room was in the D building, and there was close parking, it was quiet, and the room was very nice. I will be staying here again for future business trips !

We have stayed here many times, convenient location across from King of Prussia mall. Staff is friendly and rooms clean. Our last visit hallways were not very clean. While breakfast is average, the coffee was really bad! Tasted like water. Hopefully that will be addressed. Overall I would recomend

One of our beds seemed to have been used already and was quite thin. Service was excellent in helping us remedy the problem. Bed sheets were also very very thin. Facial tissues were very poor quality and hard. Breakfast had a number of options but some items were not very good.

The staff was very friendly, the king bed was very comfortable, continental breakfast was better than most hotels, bathroom was much more spacious than the previous chain hotel I stayed. They do not have an indoor pool/hot tub

Guy at check in was clueless when we showed up close to midnight in need of a room. I had to make reservation on my phone in the lobby because he couldn't do it at the same rate that was offered online. WiFi didn't work for the whole trip (possibly due to room location). Breakfast was substandard. Room reeked of mildew. Bed was comfortable, pillows not so much. Great location. Probably wouldn't stay here again

Check in was super smooth and when I had a problem with my room key - the staff could not have been more helpful in correcting it quickly. Busy intersection but right across from King of Prussia mall and navigating to the mall or the highway was easy. Grounds are nicely kept. Breakfast was great - plenty of seating, hot foods, bagels, coffee, etc. Met other college families at breakfast and it added to the experience.

Clean, basic accommodation, but a poor night's sleep. The pillows were very uncomfortable (lumpy and hard), my allergies acted up - the heating and cooling was very old, and kept loudly turning on and off to maintain room temps throughout the night, and there were strange customers tying up reception for the duration of my stay.

Great location. The grounds are well maintained, we loved the courtyard in the center. Breakfast was great and all staff was friendly. Very clean as well. Traffic in the area is a bit crazy but we could not even hear it inside our room. We were not staying in the summer, but the pool area looked very nice also. Cute lobby and bar area too.

We found this Best Western to be less than what we have experienced with other hotels from this chain. Pros: the rooms at the back were quiet and clean and the hotel is adjacent to the King of Prussia Mall; check-in staff were very accommodating and friendly. Cons: our room was quite a distance from the breakfast area, the beds didn't feel like quality pillow top mattresses; and the hotel was wedged at a very busy intersection, which made it difficult to exit. Be aware that this is an older hotel.

We stayed here for several nights with 7 families. The service was great and rooms were fantastic. Either the hotel is new or just renovated. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. Housekeeping service was fantastic, me being a former GM of a Best Western Premier property applaud the service and grounds this property maintains. If ever in the area I will definitely stay here again and I recommend this hotel to anyone, either for business or leisure.

Great value, good free food, great location,plenty of parking,felt safe,wawa across the street,will go back,in room iron,hair dryer. I looked at all other options in the area on tripadvisor before booking.

Good basic lodging, convenient location. The room was adequate, though the hot water wasn't always hot. The one thing we really enjoyed was the free breakfast, it was better than most with a nice attentive staff. If I was to stay here again I would try to get room facing the courtyard.

The hotel was more than we expected. The television was great with connections that allowed all our devices including HDMI ports for our computer. There were no limits on devices on wifi as in some hotels. The breakfast was excellent and complete.

I'm a "road warrior" and stay in hotels pretty often for work. Let me tell you...this has to be the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. Firstly, the layout of the hotel is wonky and I had to walk a mile to my room. Next, the condition of the room. Dirty and disgusting. It was obvious that the bathroom had not been cleaned for several reservations. I'm talking filthy, grimy shower (with spots of black mold), dirty shower curtain, and hair all over the floor. I requested a clean shower curtain and it took the employee two attempts to get a curtain that was at least semi- clean. I ended up washing up in the sink anyway, because there was no way I was stepping in that shower. The bedding appeared clean, but the sheets were dingy and worn. In addition, the TV remote hardly worked and the buttons were worn. I planned on staying for two nights, but booked a reservation at 2 am for a nearby hotel and checked out of this one first thing in the morning. The front desk employee didn't question why I was checking out early, so I'm guessing this is common occurrence. I stayed here once a year or so ago, and had a pleasant experience at that time. Not sure of what happened, but I know that I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Arrived to dirty parking lot. Took over 10 minutes to get a room key. Unwelcoming staff. You have to enter the motel from side doors, and the hallways are long. No handcarts to carry our bulky stuff from traveling and working. WAS GIVEN A ROOM WITH OTHER GUESTS ALREADY IN IT! AFTER MIDNIGHT! Not a good situation to walk into. At least we weren't attacked for barging in! Walked back through dirty hallways, back to our truck. Drove around to the front desk and told him we were sent to a room with guests in it. I told him clearly we are not staying here, we are going elsewhere and you are not charging us. First he told me no one is in that room! (He was welcome to go look for himself!) After another 10 minutes fiddling on the computer he wrote down a new room number. HE NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR THE SITUATION AT 12:30 AM. I told him again, we were not staying. (My wife made other accommodations while we moved our truck to the front desk entrance). He then acted surprised that I was not staying there even though that's what I clearly said. Finally after more computer work he said we would not be charged. Then at about 12:45 he calls us and says he is unable to refund our money. I would have to call a 1-800 number to do so. Called that number, was given another number. That number said they would call back. They called back and told us in 7 days they would have a decision. STAY AWAY! Highly recommend the hotel chain m-a-r-r-i-o-t.

The hotel was okay before, but now sooooo much nicer. The hotel interior had been renovated since the last time that we stayed at this hotel. It is very, very nice. They renovated the lobby and breakfast area. A bar (nice little bar area) was added. You can order food from the bar (small things, like wraps, nachos, salads, etc..). Our room was very clean and smells good.

I was in a BW the night before this one, and was totally over BW by the time I left, but this hotel redeemed the name again for me. I wasn't overall in love with the stay, but it was pleasant. Would recommend.

Stayed for the first time at this Best Western and it was a great experience. From the friendly staff to the well appointed and updated hotel rooms. This hotel was on par with a Spring Hill Suites or Courtyard.

I stayed one night at this hotel as part of a woman's group tour. This is a terrific location as it is across the highway from the very large upscale King of Prussia Mall. In addition it is only a short drive ( 10 minutes?) to the very interesting and beautiful Valley Forge National Historic Park. My room was a fairly standard hotel room, with two full size beds and a comfortable size bathroom. The bathroom was updated, with a spacious granite countertop. Like the rest of the room it was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and had 3 small pillows. TV, fridge and a desk/chair were also in the room, along with an occasional chair. The hotel is arranged in sort of a courtyard shape. My room looked out onto the courtyard and was therefore nice and quiet. There is a pool outdoors in the courtyard area but it had already been winterized by the time of my visit in late October. Ask about their pool season if this is an issue for you. They offer several conference rooms of different sizes named after the Founding Fathers ( Thomas Jefferson, John Hancock, etc).The hotel offers a free buffet breakfast in the morning. This was standard fare, cut fruit, scrambled eggs, french toast, bagels and muffins, coffee/tea/juice. Convenient and served the purpose. The breakfast room was bright and airy but as with all places like this, there was not enough seating to accommodate all the guests who happened to arrive at that same point in time. We managed to score a table when someone happened to leave but many folks who arrived somewhat later had no place to sit. Front desk staff were very nice and I called them to ask for a wake up call when the automated wake up system in my room failed to work. The room A/C unit worked a little too well, although I normally like things quite cool, and after fiddling with the thermostat a bit I simply opted to turn it off overnight. No problem. The staff later recommended some local restaurants for us and that was very helpful.There are lots of familiar restaurants in the enormous mall across the street, including Maggianos of Little Italy Restaurant and Lux Cafe. A very reasonably priced hotel for the amenities and service. Overall a better than standard hotel with good results and a very convenient location to recommend it.

We had previously stayed at this Best Western and had a good memory of it. It was just as good this time. Check-in was easy and even though we were early, there was no complaint from the hotel about that. Room was clean, bed comfortable and the breakfast was lovely with a wide variety of options, something for everybody. I'd gladly recommend this BW to anyone!

Room was just fair. Arrived late, but room was not ready and needed to be assigned another room, as original room was not clean. The breakfast was basic but not bad. Room price was not baad if you are there for the Valley Forge national park.

Good location, very nice room done to a surprisingly high standard v clean and extremely comfortable bed , breakfast was good . communal areas were a bit depressing if im honest but overall a bit basic but good value for money..

If you are going to use the shopping center at King of Prussia then this hotel is for you, but if you like sleep then take ear protection as adjacent room's faucets are noisy and sharing a hotel with young sports teams who think they're in a dorm is just not satisfactory,...the rooms are also a bit tired, modern hotel furniture is cheap....Best Western, to make this hotel a plus, sort out the NOISE and decor please so personally, despite the nice and friendly staff, we will not be staying here again!

Enjoyed staying here. The hotel was clean, rooms were very neat and comfortable. Beds were also comfortable. Breakfast was awesome with great selection. Staff was great too, especially the woman helping in the breakfast area. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is very well maintained. It is right off the Penn. Expressway. It is across the road from one of the largest malls in the country. The comp breakfasts is wonderful. he hotel offers free wifi

get better pillows. The pillows were like pillows from a couch, they were square, hard, and held my head way too high. House keeping skipped my room 2 days out of the 6 I stayed there. Probably wouldn't stay there again, but it was a good price at the time I booked my trip.

Looking for cleanliness ~ you found it right here!! Better than average breakfast menu, good staff, great bed, clean, clean, clean! Little difficult getting in/out of parking area due to closeness to intersection but well worth it. Close to shopping center for those who like to shop!

Good price, great location, excellent service. The breakfast was large and had everything I could ask for, plus it changed almost every morning so lots of variety. I was also impressed that the garden matched the pictures.

Location is very good for KOP Mall, Valley Forge NP, and areas around western Philly. The room was dirty, maid service was minimal, had to ask for clean towels. Staff was very nice but service was lacking. The overall facility was minimally cleaned during our 5 night stay. Hallways had blown in leaves never vacuumed, dropped food outside guest rooms long after rooms were "cleaned". Workout rooms OK. Very nice up-to-date equipment. Ran out of towels most of the time. Smelled like it wasn't cleaned in a long time. In my opinion the whole place needs a major cleaning and sanitization. Several times we were awakened or kept from sleeping due to noise from room above. VERY noisy shower from other rooms.

Nice large clean room. Nice breakfast and great workout room. Large, nicely appointed banquet rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great garden area. Very close to the King of Prussia mall. Definitely stay again.

This hotel is my first choice when I stay in the area. Though not the lowest price, it is certainly an excellent value. And this is coming from one who used to focus on staying cheap. Once I started staying at this property, and especially once I learned the value of the BW Rewards program, I always look for BW first. I have now stayed at BWKOP over 20 times, and each has been a pleasant experience with very few problems. Plus, any problems I brought to their attention were promptly fixed.

We stayed here for 4 days with our daughter while visiting the area. We were pleased with this motel. It had plenty of breakfast options and the rooms were comfortable. The pool was closed for the year by the time we stayed so I can't say anything about it. Our room was always made up and ready for our return each evening. Towels were changed out and everything tidied up.

Great location, nice grounds with garden like courtyard, friendly front desk, no vacuuming before or during entire stay, poor housekeeping, hard to find ice on different floor, only one nightstand on one side of bed.

The staff was friendly, they had comfortable beds,the internet connection was great and the breakfast was pretty good! They had access to the fitness center too! There was a pool but it was too cool for that.

This is the second time I stayed at this locale when working at Walker Stalker in Oaks. It's close by and less expensive than other hotels. The service and room are excellent. I would highly recommend staying here and I will be back next year.

It's a cute, nice and quite place. Clean rooms, friendly attitude. Convenient location, close to the mall and restaurants. A great place for a weekend getaway either for a family or a couple. Definitely recommended.

We were disappointed in this Best Western. Upon arrival we had to wait more than half an hour before we could check in. There was only one persone avalailable for check in, which was absolutely insufficient for a hotel this size. As we were travelling with three couples together i requested neighbouring rooms (or at least rooms close together). Since the reservation was made over half a year ago, i didn't expect this to be a problem, but on arrival two of the rooms were together, the third room wasn't even in the same building.... The rooms were very noisy, streetnoise, noise from an ice machine, from the airco,.... The bathroom was old and worn. Breakfast options were limited, healthy options were totally absent... I expected much better from a Best Western Hotel !

Don't believe the glowing reviews..worn tired..dirty. Especially the bathroom Go to a newer place ..never again Plus to get to the breakfast it's a mile walk. Across the street from the mall though People are nice

We came to do some sight seeing. The hotel was great and so were the staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, waffles, eggs,meat,cereal and much more very nice. The only problem was getting there which had nothing to do with the hotel at all. Traffic was horrible nd it was a week day. Didn't stay or that reason.

The best part of this hotel is the beautiful courtyard and surrounding grounds. The staff was also very friendly. We only spent one night and it was rainy so we couldn't take advantage of the pool. Unfortunately, the room was rather dated and musty. The AC unit was very loud especially as it cycled on/off making it difficult to get a good night sleep. We ended up staying in the area for a 2nd night but relocated to the holiday inn express. It was slightly more money but the room was more accommodating. I usually don't have an issue with BW, maybe a different room would have been a better experience.

Arrived at midnight to find a room party underway directly beneath us. The entire wing of the (allegedly smoke free) hotel was defined by marijuana smoke and loud music. The noise continued until 2AM despite complaints. The smell is probably permanent.

Easy going staff, professional, clean spacious well-appointed room with beautiful courtyard, easy check in and check out. The amenities are excellent. Location is good, area is pleasant. Enjoyed the stay and slept well.

The place was great, staff was very accommodatING . Breakfast was standard for this chain. We will go again . We have used this chain in many parts of the world and we have not been disappointed. Napa Valley California, Milano and Rome Italy

We stayed for 8 days. These people are thoughtful, responsible and enthusiastic. This is a keeper! It is 30 minutes to Independence Courtyard and 60 minutes from the Amish outside of Lancaster. The breakfast is incredibly good. Perfect!

Glad I found this place. We needed a location from which to get ready to drop daughter off at a nearby college. We consider returning to this hotel for future visits. Very calm and welcoming while located at a busy traffic junction (with convenient connections to all sorts of destinations and purposes). We also loved nearby Valley Forge. Serene, large, beautiful courtyard w/ swimming pool. Appealing exercise room (we used it every day). No parking fees (unlike Philly downtown hotels, understandably). We took train into Philadelphia from Bryn Mawr station, easy. Could say more good things, but my time is running out. I recommend this place. Staff very helpful

First, don't be fooled by "Best Western" in the title. This property in many respects is equal to or superior to some Hampton properties I have stayed at. The check in process was smooth, the room was spacious and clean, the breakfast space was expansive and the food prepared perfectly. It is close to a busy intersection yet the room facing the highway was quiet. I simply could not find anything about the property, the room, or the service to complain about. For the price point this is an exceptional hotel. The only difficulty was finding the entrance to the hotel at night. There is a large sign "Best Western Lobby" but it comes quickly after a busy intersection and potentially the turn around a corner. It is easy to go pass and miss. Other than that, no complaints. Highly recommended!

The staff was first class and phenomenal from start to finish. The sales group was able to provide us with a great room block to accommodate our family members. Prime location in a nice area. Close to one of the biggest malls in America and plenty of restaurants to choose from. I would encourage more people to stay here!

Solid choice across from the KOP mall. Room was very nice, only issue would be a slow draining sink and poor shower water pressure. However, the gym was set up in a crossfit light format and is the best hotel gym I've seen in quite some time.

The hotel is quiet, clean and well-maintained but I would only recommend staying here if you enjoy cigarette smoke. The hotel bills itself as "100% smoke-free" however there were guests smoking on every patio on the first floor, in the courtyard, outside the front door and on the balconies. There were employees smoking in the courtyard. There were hundreds of cigarette butts on the grass and in the giant, sand-filled ashtray/urns placed conveniently outside of every door.

Spent two nights at the Best Western. The check in process was smooth, although there was only one woman at the desk and a bit of a line, so it took some time. Once I arrived to my non-smoking room, I was immediately hit with the smell of smoke, so back I went to the desk. My room was quickly changed and apologies were offered. The room was clean and comfortable but the first night revealed a running toilet, and paper thin walls. At 2 am people speaking in normal voices in the hallway were easily heard, and although I am a light sleeper, I could hear their entire conversation word for word. The next night was much better as I shut off the valve to the toilet and the hallways were quieter. The breakfast room was pretty crowded both days, and the selection was fairly typical for a Best Western Staff in the breakfast room were very helpful and always pleasant. Best thing about this hotel are the grounds. The hotel is in a busy area very close to the King of Prussia Mall, but once in the pool area you will forget you are in such a busy area It is a very peaceful garden with a lovely fire pit, and many of the rooms have a small outdoor space or a balcony. Lovely.

Seriously, anywhere but here. These guys are completely inept and can't even get basic stuff right like sending surveys to actual guests instead of to random people. I wouldn't trust them to keep me or my family safe.

My wife and I are frequent travelers to Lancaster, Pa. and we stop at the BW King of Prussia as our halfway point from NY. We like the cleanliness of the rooms, the friendly staff, and the location to the King of Prussia Mall. It is also a good value. The continental breakfast is good also.

Rust in bathrooms.Torn wall paper in bathroom. No A/C in gym. TV in gym was not working as it was not hooked up to cable. The printer with the computer was not able to print documents which was very frustrating to someone on business. Remote Control in bedroom had no guide that could be controlled by guest. Frustrating as channels were scattered all over the TV. Staff tried and was nice. Problem hotel was sold to investors and there was a young and inexperienced management staff that only works Monday - Friday. Hotel management is a 24/7 business. Will have to look into another property next time when in K of Prussia, Pa Too bad this property has slipped. Very dated and well below average Best Western.

I am a Diamond Select with Best Western and this is easily the nicest Best Western Plus that I have stayed at. I had a Queen Deluxe room with a terrace and the room was extremely clean and comfortable.

The grounds were well kept, but the pool could have been cleaner. The water took so long to get hot we had to call the front desk and get maintenance to fix the problem. Once that was done we had hot water for the rest of our stay. There was breakfast in the am, but the other guest that were there made the experience awful. There was a variety or items to eat, but like I sated the other guest made it so we left and went to Ihop.

We were looking for a nice place to stay with a restaurant nearby after we spent time at Valley Forge. This hotel met our needs. There were several restaurants within walking distance, we choose a Mexican one. It was excellent. The hotel has a very nice layout with the rooms facing a central area, where the pool is. Our room had a back door on the central area that we could use to access the pool if we wished.

When I went to check in , the desk attendant total ignored me. He kept his head down , appear to be looking at the computer, the other front desk working was standing on the same side I was repeating herself talking to a guest. Final the man behind the desk said " you're checking in?" never looking up at me. After I checked in and saw that I was on the 4th floor, I asked the working if they had an elevator because I have a handicap and can't walk upstairs. After getting on the elevator( with my 66 years old sister and 21 years old grandson) to go to the 4th floor, the elevator made a loud noise and a hard jerk. Yes we were stuck. I pushed the alarm while my grandson called the front desk. While he was talking to the lady at the desk , I'm pushing the fire department button (but apparently it didn't work). About 10 minutes passed and the lady said she was talking to her technician to talk her on fixing the elevator. I called my family members in the hotel and the front desk was telling them they was working on it. To make a long story short, after an hour or so my niece arrived and was at the front desk to check in to hear the lady tell us her technicians are in the elevator room ( which was a lie). My niece immediately got on to the staff and demand they call 911 and the paramedic. My grandson and my self as well called the front desk several times before my niece took over and we were told one lie after another. The staff never came up to the 4th floor, they never call to see if we were ok, and the general manager had the nerve to hang up on my niece.

The new wing of the hotel was good. The king-size bed was comfortable, however the four small, lumpy pillows were not at all comfortable. The breakfast staff, Mala and Michael, were superior. They took a personal interest in how the visitors enjoyed the food and they show their enthusiasm for their jobs. They are outstanding employees.

Throughly enjoyed my stay. The only issue was the pillows and bed, but honestly i have really nice bed at home so i am spoiled. Great value, breakfast was great. Every single person that worked there was helpful and kind. Sorry i can't remember your name but thanks so so much for helping me cut the lock off my bag. (i left the key at home). would stay there again! Great job!

Took my kids school shopping to King of Prussia mall, hotel was in a great location, very close to the mall. Was pleased with the price and quality, would be willing to stay there again for another trip.

The staff and this hotel are nice. I stay in the hotel 3 nights a week for the last several months. The bar/food service offering is a good upgrade! The rooms are huge and décor is nice. Would be nice to have a microwave in the room. But, this is not a deal breaker.

The rooms are clean, beds are really comfortable, the location is close to lots of shopping, restaurants and activities. As a Best Western rewards member we got a great price for the room. The landscaping is really pretty but the pool could have been cleaner. The hot tub was perfect. Lots of choices for breakfast which was free.

We chose this because of high reviews and the location, which was close to everything we intended to do on the trip. Breakfast, room, landscaping and quality were all exceptional. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

We stayed here as a stop for the King of Prussia Mall and for a day trip into Philadelphia. It provides great access to the mall. The only downside is depending on which direction you're coming from, getting over several lanes of traffic to get into the parking lot can be troublesome. I thought it was a fairly close drive into Philadelphia and was just a short drive to visit Valley Forge. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was large enough for the three of us and very clean. We had a balcony room that had a pretty view. Breakfast was nice, we did prefer the second day of our stay because it seemed to have more of a variety then the first day. I would recommend this hotel to any one and would stay again if I was in the area.

The hotel is right across the highway from the King of Prussia Mall. It is hard to get there. What would be nice was if the hotel had a shuttle that would take you there and bring you back. It was easy to get to and the hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. We were right down the street from a Mexican restaurant where prices were reasonable. We were also close to a WaWa where we could pick up snacks.

My daughter and grandson and I stayed there for night. The room was very clean and nice. That had extra towels even for us. Went the the pool after we checked in to relax for a while they had lots of beach towels out there for you to use. The water was great and so was the hot tub!! Their breakfast in the morning had a large variety of food hot and cold very good. Had a nice stay there right across the street the the King of Prussia Mall. Would stay there again.

arrival was pleasant. Front desk staff very nice. Our room was too hot! Moved to a different room and there was hair in the bathtub and on the sheets in one of the beds. Yuck! Pool in the courtyard was nice except for the cloudiness of the pool!

I selected this hotel online midway in journey, never stayed before but knew the brand it is a good example of th brand and it was good for me. There is a good diner across the road, I had a good nights sleep and it also felt safe, the guy on reception was very helpful.

This hotel is close to the huge King of Prussia mall, to Valley Forge, to good restaurants, and to roads into Philadelphia.Rooms are quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are very cimfortable. Great breakfasts!

I wasn't real sure what to expect since it was a Best Western, but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very nice. The rooms were a good size. Everything was clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. We called for extra towels and a couple of minutes later they were at the door. Everyone was pleasant. We would definitely go back there when we go back to King of Prussia.

Enjoyed a wonderful night at the Best Western, the staff was friendly and knowledgable. The woman working the front destroy was awesome, she really started the stay off right for my boyfriend and I. Bed, breakfast, and jacuzzi all fantastic. Perfect little getaway from home for a night. The only downer of my stay was the lack of a late check-out option the day I stayed...I'm a bit of a slow start in the morning. However, I would stay again and recommend the hotel to friends!

This was the second year we stayed at this hotel for the States Baseball Tournament. It was very nice and clean last year but we were pleasantly surprised by some renovations this year! They added a bar, changed their lobby around and renovated their breakfast area. A very nice place to stay. All the kids loved the pool and hot tub. Decent hot breakfast with some continental items as well. We will stay again next year if we make it to the State Tournament again.

I stayed here March 1 through March 8, 2017, while on a business trip. They were remodeling the hotel (which I why I only gave them a 4). The staff was great! My hotel room was nice. They had a good variety of tv channels (yeah for Hallmark Movies and Mysteries channel!). This hotel is across from the Prussia Mall and very close to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores.

Driving into Philly I stopped at the Best Western in King of Prussia, PA. This hotel was just what I needed for my one night stay. Clean, good room, great Breakfast. A good nights sleep. The place was busy but still quiet and in a nice little town.

Absolutly wonderful everytime i stay. Never a bad experience or rude staff. Very accomodating. Rooms are clean with very thing you may need. If anything is not available, just ask. very prompt with any request. Building is extremly safe.

noisy 1st night ,had a team there ,2nd night was fine changedining room lost jacuzzi ,management compensated the rooms to a lower price, however my wife was not happy with the difference, so we made do after talking it over

Everything was good except the wi-fi in the room. I requested a room switch and then it was resolved after I moved to a new room. The location was ok as I had to take a cab for the business purpose in another town. All in all, this hotel was good except the wi-fi issue which was resolved.

Stayed overnight. Found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Nice desk to do work at. TV worked well. Good value for money spent. Overnight stay included a hot breakfast. Breakfast food was buffet style no waiting.

The location is great, next to a nature/bike path and the mall. Close to grocery stores. The staff was great, we arrived very early after a red eye flight, they let us do an early check-in, and let us have breakfast. The staff was great, the pool was really good and the gym had a really nice treadmill and they offer fitness classes on wednesdays for free. I stayed in the room faciing the garden/pool area, and even though we were close to the road, you don't hear any road noise, it's very quiet and there's a little balcony area with chairs. Again, the staff could not be nicer.

We thought the hotel would be far enough from the rush of people from downtown. It wasn't - but that is the only negative! We're right across the busy intersection from the King of Prussia mall-one on the largest in the US. Staff were helpful, rooms were clean. Breakfast was advertised as deluxe continental, and it was!!

The staff was superb, they made us fell at home. Wonderful experience. Other hotels make you feel like just a number but the staff went out of their way to ensure you were comfortable. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was always happy to help.

This is the only hotel I ever stay in. The rooms are always clean,service goes beyond expectations. They've added a bar which added comfort to my stay. I was at the bar 2hrs. Lol. All they need is a small restaurant and it would be perfect. Great job, king of prussia Best western

They all go out of their way to be helpful, and make your stay pleasant. Beautiful courtyard, chairs to sit outside, ease of finding amenities, ice and vending close by. And like the added security, and doirs open for you, that's great when you have a handful of luggage.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. It is clean and quiet with a great staff. Nice breakfast is offered. It is close to restaurants and a shopping center so all of your needs can be met conveniently.

We stayed 2 nights and the hotel was so quiet I wondered at times if we had the entire floor to ourselves. The full parking lot indicated we did not. Breakfast was excellent, with guest-made waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, and the usual.

Located 30 minutes north from city center Philly. Arrived at 6pm to check in with two people in front of me waiting to be tended to by one front end receptionist. Took 20 minutes before I was able to get checked in. Rooms were nothing special, not any bigger than a standard hotel room. Standard Hot Breakfast of waffles, eggs and sausage in addition to assortment of high sugar content cereals. Just not impressed. I've stayed at BW+ before but this one falls short. I should have stayed at Hampton Inn-Plymouth meeting were the quality is always consistently good to excellent.

The hotel is not really clean. There was dust in my room and the hallway has never been vacuum cleaned. The attitude of the front desk bordered on rudeness. A smile goes a long way but they don't know. The answer were short and almost barked. To get my suitcase from the luggage room was a major challenge as no-one seemed to know where the key was.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. I travel 3 nights per week and have never stayed in a Best Western before. I selected this property due to the great reviews on Trip Advisor. Do NOT believe them. The property is filthy and run down and whatever renovations they made in 2017 are not visible. There are no elevators and you must drag your suitcase up and down several flights of stairs. The carpeting in the hallways is littered with debris and the bedsheets and toilet tissue had long dark hairs on them. The so-called "state of the art" gym was in an old shop without AC and the machines were so filthy one was scared to touch them. The breakfast room was dirty and trash was overflowing from the previous day. I arrived at 6am so I know it was from the previous day. I checked out 2 days early due to bug bites on my ankles from my first night in the lumpy, soft, insect-ridden bed. Upon check-out, I sat in the lobby awaiting my ride for 20 minutes and was never acknowledged by the front desk clerk as he was occupied with texting on his cell phone. I was 5 feet from his desk. Do not believe the reviews. This property is AWFUL!!!!

Stayed here one night for my college reunion at Villanova. It was very convenient to the school and the room was clean. Minor problem with the first room where the rug was wet, maybe just had been cleaned. Called the desk and they immediately moved my room. My only complaint is the tiny pillows...not normal size sort of mini. I would have preferred a normal size pillow.

When one returns to a Hotel that gave excellent service last year and they meet and exceed my expectations this year, its a clear statement of there dedication to there guest. General Manager Adam Krasley is out and about talking with guest. Nala had Hot food ready to go 30+ minutes before the 7 am Saturday Start. The other items were out 45 minutes before. Great Assortment. very convenient to I 76 , King of Prussia Mall, Wegmans, Top of the line Restaurants. The wine and spirits right next door. Great Mexican and a Indian Restaurant next door. They are upgrading the enclosed garden and walkways. The Gazebo is being replaced with a new fire pit. Stayed in Room 313, Two Queen beds with a Juliet Window(Sliding Door) looking out into the Massive Secured Courtyard.

About what you can expect from the average-range, average priced hotel. Nothing bad to express, just adequate. Restaurants are close by and a shopping mall as well. The staff were friendly and no complaints there. It'll do for a stop-over.

BW at KIng of Prussia is a great place to stay for great service and convenience. It is across the street from the King of Prussia Mall that is home to top designer labels. There are all kinds of restaurants to please the palette or purse. There is a full breakfast with all manner of treats. The courtyard grounds and pool inspire peacefulness and relaxation. It was a great stay! Highly recommended. Be sure to save with a rewards card!

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the last eight years during college searches, parent weekends, and, most recently, during our daughter's college graduation week. The hotel is nicely located next to King of Prussia shopping, many restaurants and just 20 minutes (traffic depending) from downtown Philly. The complimentary breakfast daily is very good - plenty to get the day going. Rooms are spacious and clean.

I stayed at the King of Prussia PA. Lo action yesterday. The rooms are super nice, except no rooms have microwave. Pool was open, but did not use. I used my points, asked front desk staff how many points was 1 day? She did not know and informed me you can't use points at the property. I in for ed her you can. She asked her co worker, finally was checked.l in. While in my room indent to throw some garbage away, and saw a condom in the trash can from a previous guest. Infor.ed front desk employee, turned out it was th sales manager. Sales manager apologized and is 1st rate customer service, unlike the front desk staff. Sales manager asked if I was returning to my room? I said yes, she informed me the manager will contact me in approximantely 10-15 minutes. I never heard from Alonso over 1 hour. I went back to front desk, informed them Alonso has not contacted me yet. Was informed by the 2 front desk employees, he's busy. I informed them that the sales manager said it would only be 10-15 min. Was told by front desk employee they are busy since its a holiday weekend. In said then you should have more staff. Was told with an attitude we just work here. Contacted customer service, Alonso finally stopped by. My points were refunded. Was told the 2 front desk employees will be coached. I suggested get new employees without attitudes. WiFi worked good. Breakfast was great.

the room is clean and the people are nice. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work which makes it unpleasant in the room. the sink did not drain and the sink did not have any hot water. it's a same that the problems are fixed by complaint rather than being proactive and checking the room before placing people in them.

Our AC kept turning off. By the time we realized it was a problem it was very late . In order for the AC to go back on I kept getting out of bed. It was an uncomfortable night with not much sleep, we did report it in the morning. Although it was better the next night, the AC still wouldn't stay on so the temp never got to the setting of 72.

This is actually one of my favorite hotels, due to the excellent breakfast and the comfortable rooms. I do wish they provided a larger coffee cup... the tiny cups they have there make it difficult to take coffee with you. On my last trip, I got bit by a spider while in bed. Not the hotels fault by any means, and I did inform them via email about it the same day, however I never got a response from them. So far this is the only mark against an otherwise wonderful place.

Stayed a couple of days in April while visiting the new Revolutionary War Museum in Philadelphia. Hotel is just a 30-40 minute drive to Philadelphia and is considerably cheaper. It's right across from the King of Prussia Mall and just a few minutes from the Valley Forge National Park. We stayed in a mini sweet which was very impressive for the price. Breakfast is included. They try hard to provide a hot breakfast with a nice variety of breakfast items. Seating is a bit crowded, although the hotel was full due to an event in the area. The sweet was spacious and included a hot tub, and separate seating area from the sleeping area. WiFi was very slow, and at times unavailable. Other than the poor internet service the hotel is an excellent bargain.

Close to King of Prussia Mall. Not your ordinary BW property. Room was great, staff friendly and accommodating. A great stay, best of our trip. So quiet and relaxing. We visited in mid-May and the motel was packed. But there was plenty for breakfast and the Wolfgang Puck coffee in the room was delicious!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was kept very clean by the service staff. The man who checked us in was very personable. He offered great advice on which places to eat in the area and age us directions on how to get there

So happy to have found this hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms with a fridge,simple breakfast, & convenient location close to KOP Mall. We gave up on a local Hyatt because it was so close to the highway and VERY noisy. We will continue to stay here when in the area. Thankful to have found it!

We enjoy the King of Prussia area, which offers easy access to great restaurants, large KOP mall, and easy access to get into the city ion Philadelphia itself. The rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet, and hotel offers a plentiful, hot breakfast. Great place for the money helps too.

Stayed here one night with my family while in town on college tours. Great place, clean, wonderful amenities including a delicious breakfast, nice workout room, friendly staff and comfortable beds. Small snack area in the lobby and Wawa's directly across the street for larger selection. Close to the highway yet no traffic noises to disturb our sleep. Highly recommend this Best Western!

I have stayed at this hotel several times, but this was the first time requesting a handicap accessible room. Overall the room wasn't as up to par as previous stays as the sliding glass door lock was broken and the bolt could be easily forced to open from the outside. The room was located on the bottom floor, below the lobby. I was initially upset as the clerk didn't inform me that there was handicap accessibility, instead she sent my elderly father, who has difficulty walking and I to walk down a flight of stairs. A little expedition on my own led me to discover an alternative entrance that was entirely handicap accessible. Overall, however, the cleaning individuals could not have been nicer and did a great job to dust the areas I felt hadn't been dusted in a while - perhaps the handicap rooms aren't used as often. As usual, the breakfast, which is included, was outstanding in variety, quality and the cook staff were very friendly! You can't beat the value overall. Next time I would speak up about the room immediately and I know the staff would have rectified my concerns immediately. I will still return!

Excellent location - easy on/off highway and across the street from a large mall. Hotel itself was mediocre. Beds were soft and pillows are small. Odd smell in one of them from linens. Pretty clean at least. Staff left conditioners but no shampoos in bathroom. Breakfast was poor and the coffee wasn't drinkable (tasted like instant coffee). Staff was nice. If we were there for more than 12 hours, I think I would have regretted the decision to stay here, but it was convenient to highway. Probably would look elsewhere next time.

This hotel was pleasing to the eyes, but not the nose. My bedding smelt like mildew and the pillows were hard as rocks. I got a horrible nights sleep. Also they claim it's a full breakfast, but it's a continental breakfast. Tip: bring your own coffee because theirs tasted like sanka!

I've been coming to this hotel for years & always receive excellent service. The entire staff is great, management helps a great deal because we always need at least 11 rooms. The cherry on the top is the continental breakfast that includes waffle makers. They even have a restaurant now. Also located near the King of Prussia Mall & a Wawa.

This was great place to stay for a 3 day long weekend trip to Philadelphia. We visited Valley Forge the first day (less than 3 miles form the hotel), and the next 2 days drove to Philadelphia to see Free Library, Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, National Constitution Center, Museum of Arts (Rocky Fame), and Franklin Institute.The hotel is right across the huge King of Prussia Mall that had so many restuarants for all budgets and tastes.

The hotel is right across the King of Prussia Mall with so many shopping and food choices. Also very convenient to visit Valley Forge, and Philadelphia downtown (short 20 mile ride). Breakfast had so many choices and very spacious sitting room.

The cleaniness is spotless, despite the fact that the decor in the rooms are a bit older. The hotel staff is generous, service minded and care a great deal about their customers. This hotel have managed to create a homestyle experience. I highly recommend it.

We only stayed one night, but everything was as described. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fine as promised (I like the waffles). Amenities were fine. Staff was polite and efficient.

Normally BW hotels aren't too bad. Mid-level, but not too fancy. This one needs updating terribly to stay in competition with other mid-level hotels in the area. My room smelled like moth balls. Need better technology outlets. Breakfast was disappointing. Boiled eggs were close to frozen. Here on business, but will not be back. Only positive was front desk staff. Cheery and positive. Colleague in room was called at 10:45PM asking for her credit card # because they forgot to get it at check in.

It's perfectly adequate but no more. It's easy to miss as you come off the main highway (it will be immediately on your right, at the big intersection.) Check in was excruciatingly slow, and whatever welcome gift my Diamond status entitled me to failed to materialize. One of my room keys didn't work. The room was big enough for a one-night stay. The bathroom was a good size. Amenities included soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and a makeup remover towelette. Wifi was fine once the network showed up. Breakfast, also adequate. The hotel must be popular with school groups, since the breakfast area was filled with kids pushing each other around the waffle maker. That's fine, but not the atmosphere I'm looking for on a business trip.

Hotel was clean and entrance staff was alone at the desk and trying to handle the phone, room service and arriving guest. This made for a long wait. The rooms were clean t needed to be up graded especially the carpet. Breakfast was nice and was served hot

Stayed here for a second business trip in the King of Prussia area in as many months, and decided to stay at the Best Western Plus again. Room quality is very good, and the bed is more than adequate. The breakfast, while non-remarkable, is well stocked with scrambled eggs, Canadian Bacon, and a Belgian Waffle station, along with cereals and bagels and such. I would be remiss to forget to mention that this hotel has THE best oranges around, and I want to know where they get them. My wife, who is from Florida, says that they are the tastiest she has ever eaten.

My family and I spent one night at this Best Western on our first stop of our "College Road Trip". We got here around 10 at night after driving from home and arrived to a well-updated and clean room. For the rate, the room impressed us and it also included the continental breakfast. Would recommend!

More than once, the room was not serviced despite of repeated requests. On top of that, some of the front desk people (younger ones) have absolutely no regard of business travellers or basic courtesy. Having said that, the hotel is close to some good places and the senior front desk people are helpful.

We stayed at the BWPKOP for a week to attend a conference. The hotel is finalizing it's renovations in the main lobby. Our room was in the back of the hotel, and the hotel has several doors so you don't have to go through the lobby everyday. The hotel is centrally located to the highway and to the mall. Very easy location to find! Everyone at the hotel was nice, including the breakfast workers. This hotel has an excellent breakfast and brand new breakfast room. The food was always fresh and hot, including lots of variety. The rooms are nice - it isn't the Ritz but it was clean and updated. One small issue we had staying on the 4th floor was the hot water never ran in the sink in the bathroom. I mentioned to the front desk who was prompt in looking into it. We felt the price of the rooms was very reasonable and we enjoyed our stay. Too bad their pool was outside because it was too cold to swim. Otherwise, nice stay.

This place is awful and dated. There isn't even a comforter on the bed, just a blanket between 2 sheets and then a satin topper that probably never gets washed between guests. Half the rooms are at ground level facing right into he parking lot. The furniture is old and everything is dark. I can't believe this place was renovated and still looks like this? And who is giving it 4+ star reviews!!?!

Could not cancel my second night and just was not happy with the accommodations. The pictures didn't really show what the hotel looks like. The décor was dated around the hotel. The rooms were decent.

The hotel was 90 0/0 filled with two conventions. It was impossible to get any sleep. People were in the hallways conversing after 10:00 pm and again in the morning before 7:00am. If I had known this before booking I would not have stayed at this property. The manager only offered me points to my newly opened account. I will not be staying at BW in the future. The sheets were wrinkled and looked like they had not been changed since the last guest.

This was my first time ever staying at a Best Western and I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel was across the street from the mall in King of Prussia which was another plus for me. Our check in was painless and the front desk staff was friendly. We had a double queen room which was spacious and attractive. The room was clean and the only thing I would have liked was a microwave, but since we were only there Wednesday evening through Saturday morning it wasn't an essential. We enjoyed the breakfast served but I would like to see some turkey bacon or turkey sausage since I don't eat pork and maybe some herbal or decaf tea since I don't drink coffee. All in all I was satisfied with our stay here and would return again if in the area.

Perfect for a short trip to visit Villanova. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and we appreciated the breakfast where there was plenty to choose from, you just have to make the right choices to make it healthy! We liked that it was close to the mall and food options. Seasons 52 was across the way and an awesome Wegman's grocery store is less than 5 minutes. Nice visit!

I really lucked out with this steer. The front desk and housekeeping staff were cordial, warm and friendly. My room was in top shape and very comfortable. Internet service was fast and reliable. The morning breakfast was on time and satisfying. The surrounding area is loaded with great restaurants. Straight A's.

This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in during our 2 week readtrip in USA!! The hotel is beautiful with a swimmingpool, which was unfortunately closed during our stay. The hotel was secured, meaning that you needed to enter with your keycard, which gave us a sence of security. The room was clean, spacious and the business centre was very convenient. The breakfast was great and had all sorts of things from bread and bagels to waffles and cereal. The staff was very helpfull and nice. And also very important: the king of Prussia mall is right across the street ;-). We liked it so much that we wanted to stay one more night there and there was avaialbilty. We will definitely stay here again!!

Really enjoyed this garden hotel right across from a beautiful high end mall and Longwood gardens. Room was spacious clean, front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Location safe for single woman travelling alone. Good parking. Easy access/location.

I have been using this hotel since my daughter started college in the area a year ago, so have now stayed there on 9 occasions for a total of 13 nights. It has definitely proven a consistent and comfortable stay, with the property well-maintained and staff very friendly and responsive. About the only issue I've had is that check-in has frequently taken longer than I believe it should. Not sure if it is lack of staff or what, but rarely does it seem that two clerks are dedicated to check-in, and even when they are there are a number of delays and distractions. However, I am still happy to forego cheaper accommodations in the area, including one closer to my daughter's school, in order to be sure of a comfortable stay. Best Western is truly a brand I trust, and one I always look for first wherever I travel.

What a lovely reception we received on arrival, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is ideally situated for shopping at the King of Prussia Mall and also for taking the bus into Philadelphia as bus stop is outside main entrance. We had a comfortable room with a balcony. Nice quality toiletries and coffee maker in room. Breakfast was ok, diy. 2 hot choices and a waffle maker plus choice of cereals, bread, fruit, etc. Great value for money.

I have been staying at the hotel during the week for the last 3 months. Can't find a better staff. They do everything they can to make you feel at home. It's definitely a home away from home. They serve breakfast in the mornings from 6:30 to 10:00. The rooms are big and spacious. It's in the middle of everything there's a huge mall across the street and on every corner there is a place to eat.

Wonderful location. Get a room with sliding door access to interior yard. Easy access to shopping, Valley Forge Park and not for from Center City. Very quiet rooms, nice pool and decent breakfast. I stay here often and always a pleasant experience. Reasonable prices for a big city.

This is an excellent well maintained property, right in the heart of KOP. Everything you need is right there, easy off DeKalb Pike. Outstanding overall.

Had no issues at all, had to stay 3 days for work and could not have been happier. Staff was attentive and helpful. Rooms were modern and clean. I did not try the breakfast but one was available. Check in and check out was a snap.

Positives are that the motel is close to the freeway, close to the King of Prussia Mall, and the bedroom was comfortable and clean, with a good bathroom. There are also several entrances so you can drive round to get to the entrance closest to your room. Internally, some of the rooms are a long walk from the lobby/breakfast area, so if you have small children or are elderly make sure you book a room close to what you need. The choices at breakfast were good with biscuits and gravy, bacon, scrambled eggs, pastries, fruits and cereals etc, but the breakfast area is very small for the size of the hotel and I did spot ants crawling along the breakfast serving area! Not the worse place I've stayed but far from the best. I stayed in 9 hotels during a two week trip, this was the most expensive and probably in the bottom three if I ranked them in order.

Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean, well designed and nicely styled. Looked to be redone within the last two years. Courtyard area is large and nicely landscaped. Room was quiet, even though it was near a busy traffic area. Will continue to stay during the duration a local business project. There are 3 restaurants right next to the hotel. And a lot more nearby.

We were meeting family in Philly and needed a hotel, all the hotels in the area were filled. We went to 6 hotels until we saw your hotel. There were 2 weddings and other things going on that weekend. Felicia and Kryzia were so helpful. They called around to 10 other hotels and they were sold out as well. There was a cancellation finally at your hotel. Felicia and Kryzia went over and above the norm to help us. They both were very courteous and did not rush us. We were able to secure a room for 2 nights and meet up with my family. Your hotel was very clean and the breakfast was fabulous. We would go back to your hotel again. Thank you again Felicia and Kryzia you were great.

We were going into Philly for 2 nights to see a band play at the MANN Center, which is on the King of Prussia, west side of the city. The hotels in the city were all particularly expensive that weekend, so upon doing some research, we decided to stay out of town, in the burbs. It looked and sounded great in theory. Wrong! I implore you, if you are looking for a home base to explore the city, do not stay in King of Prussia! The drive to and from the city is short in distance, but has bumper to bumper traffic at all times... ALL times! A 45min drive, minimum. This is the only reason for the 3 stars. I really did not care for the environment where this hotel resides. Traffic and malls. Awful. Unless, of course, you are looking to go shopping. The rooms were clean and quite comfortable. Plenty of space for 3 folks to stay and move about comfortably. My friend is a particularly large man and the room accommodated his needs just fine. We had a ground level, garden view room. That was definitely my favorite part. We were able to hang out in the gazebo, surrounded by a lovely courtyard, until the wee hours of the morning. Nobody harassed us, but they do have property security and the courtyard is accessible by keycard only, so we felt plenty safe without looking over our shoulders. I would definitely recommend a garden room beyond any others. ask for something close to the front desk if you have any mobility issues and plan on having breakfast, as we had to walk through 2 wings before reaching the front desk/breakfast area. This hotel is immediately off of I-76, a convenient distance to Philly (in theory) and the price was right, so it was pretty full while we were there and I expect that it usually is. Still, we had no issues with noise. It seems like a single night, "I am here to sleep" kind of hotel. We did not have breakfast, so I cannot speak on that. We also did not use the pool, but it looked nice enough. The staff was pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Beds were comfortable, even for a 400lb man! It's not the Ritz, but it is a nice hotel for a night or two. Just be sure to plan for the constant traffic and don't plan to walk to the mall, even though it is directly across from the hotel. Oh, there are a few chain restaurant choices very nearby, but nothing with any character and nothing open late night. We ended up at the Tilted Kilt after the show one night... We were sure to grab food BEFORE heading back to King of Prussia on the 2nd night!

The outside of the hotel is a little outdated but don't that fool you! The room is modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff members I interacted with were all helpful and friendly. Breakfast is included in your stay and there were both hot and cold items to choose from.

Located a stone's throw from the largest mall in the nation this hotel is a gorgeous example of a good value, sheltering the weary, rattled traveler in a cocoon of comfort. Staffed with cheerful professionals, outfitted with luxurious beds, hot showers, fabulous breakfasts, and fast internet, I would definitely stay here again. The only thing missing was a microvave for those inveterate travellers who prefer to live on Ramen noodles while working in our rooms rather than endure the crush of crazed mall-goers on their hell-bent way to the Cheesecake Factory. Still, the coffee machine dispenses hot water, so all is not lost. This hotel is a great value - highly recommend.

Big room. Very clean. Nice little patio and yard space off the room. Very friendly front desk staff. Room must have been close to hotel restaurant. At night, our room smelled like French fries and in the morning like bacon. Very close to the mall. Drive was easy although navihaying traffic was tricky.

The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are very clean. The staff are very helpful and nice. The breakfast is very good, specially the coffee. The area is pretty safe with a Chili's restaurant in front of the Hotel which has very good food.

I stayed here after checking out of another AWFULL Hotel in King of Prussia. Although I am a Hilton Honors member I will stay at this hotel the next time I travel to King of Prussia on Business was not my first choice but it will be in the future!

The room we had had some issues. The door lock didn't line up and I had to lift the door to get the door locked. Otherwise the bed was good and comfortable. This location is used by a bunch of locals/business that seem to use it regularly, based on the work vehicles parked around it. However, our friends room had issues with their air-conditioning unit. There is no parking cost for this hotel. I though the breakfast was OK. The size of the room is rather small, so the food is set out in a strange order and hard to find what you want. Close to the freeway.

Great place to stay!! Needed a room for 3 while we were on a quick trip to Philadelphia for the AC/DC concert. Amazing room & breakfast with friendly staff. Highly recommend this place & will stay here again if I travel to Philly!!

4 of us were in 3 rooms. The rooms need a little updating, but since we did not stay in our rooms long, they met our needs. Beds were very comfortable. There was a red stain on the carpet beside a bed in one of the rooms. Cleaning staff needs to dust headboards behind the mattresses. Overall, the rooms were comfortable. Felicia, who checked us in, was very personable and helpful.

We attended the 2016 Walker Stalker Con and booked a room at this Best Western... we will likely return to this hotel for the convention next year. The rooms are a nice size, some have balconies (ours did not), and there's also a good sized mini fridge. Free WiFi and the courtyard by the pool is very nice. There's a big gazebo and lots of landscaping, really great to walk around or sit outside and chat. Also, free breakfast! There's actually a really great selection of breads (bagels, muffins, danishes) as well as yogurt, fresh fruit (apples, oranges, grapefruit, bananas), sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy, and a variety of cereals. Of course there's coffee, juices and even the newspaper on Sunday. Staff is very friendly, makes the stay a little nicer. Hotel is located at a very busy intersection right across from King of Prussia mall - there are plenty of restaurants and such nearby. We'd recommend B Good!

The staff here are friendly and professional. The property is clean and well maintained. The breakfast is pretty basic. Yet it is well stocked especially the fresh fruit. The hotel is located at a busy, weird intersection that can be difficult navigating while trying to find the entrance to the hotel's parking lot. The. Hotel's parking lot rings the outer part of the property. The building makes an inner ring. In the middle is a nice area with grass and trees. Ask for a room overlooking the grassy inner part of the property. I would stay here again.

My family was on our way back from vacationing down south when our vehicle broke down. We had to stay the night to get repairs done so we picked this hotel not knowing really what to expect. right away we were greeted and checked in by felicia who gave us a great rate and was extremely friendly and helpful.The room was extremely nice with a sliding glass door to a really nice little private courtyard with chairs on the pool side. extremely clean and free breakfast & coffee was good.Felicia also recommended a great little authentic mexican food plaza Azteca.
