Best Western Plus Kendall Hotel & Suites

This is several grades above the typical Best Western. Close to a Hampton Inn. Good breakfast and coffee. Great staff. Nice pool and Jacuzzi. Easy surface parking. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Plenty of towels. Good AC. Trust me, you'll need the AC.

Husband and I stayed here because of how close it was to Miami airport, and it had good reviews. The bed was rock hard, and mattress was stained. Room was overly perfumed, and not enough parking. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay and was good.

There were so many issues with my stay from broken lock box, dirty room that need to be vacuumed, from a worker walking in without knocking (he went to the wrong room) then giving me a $25 credit for this happening…really!

I was very satisfied with this hotel, even though it's not in the heart of Miami. The location has a nice shopping strip for your convenience and good little restaurants. It's about 45mis from Ft. Lauderdale and about 15 mins from Miami Beach. It's a nice place to stay if you don't need EVERYTHING at your finger tips.

The only negative is the walls are a little thin. However at bedtime it was peaceful and quiet. This location is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We will stay here again when anywhere near here.

Not wanting to drive home late at night, we choose this hotel because it was convenient to our friends' party. Though an older hotel, the rooms are updated, offering many USB ports and electrical outlets especially by the beds. The room looked fresh and clean. We had adequate soap and sundries. Breakfast was well laid-out so people were not next to each other while selecting food. Offered various coffees, teas and juices. Usual breakfast food was available (cereals, bagels, breads, yogurt, fruit. Scrambled eggs with kielbasa, fresh-made waffles). More than adequate amount of tables and chairs for dining. Would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoy staying at the Best Western in Kendall. The staff is great. Best coffee around. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Convenient to many stores and amenities. Very clean, linens fresh, excellent location

We stayed for 3 days while house repairs were being done. We know the area, it is a great neighborhood. Great restaurants within walking distance as well as stores. The hotel is clean and in good condition with pool, gym and guest laundry. Definitely recommend.

Excellent location with great shopping and dining options nearby. The Staff are extremely helpful and the rooms/price are great value for money. There's a complimentary breakfast option. Usually, my go to for a hotel when staying in Miami.

One of closest locations I could find for nice hotel if visiting The Glades thru north entrance on highway 41 if coming from Ft. Lauderdale area. Also airboat tours are located on 41 on way to Shark Valley Visitors Center. Nice place with good breakfast options.

The hotel was very clean and the location was convenient walking distance to shopping and restaurants.The Latin House restaurant Korean tostones are delicious.Great staff and great breakfast with a decent variety.

I checked out at 3am after watching roaches crawl up the wall and bugs crawl across the bathroom counter. My face became red and irritated from the bedding. I will never stay at any Best Western location again.

I have been use this hotel for 3 years, every time I when to Miami area. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is very nice. The front desk is very courtesy and the hotel is very clean, with pool and spa that is very good.

Everything and everyone were very accommodating. I don't have any complaints, definitely recommend this hotel. Breakfast could be a little better by changing the frozen omelets but they still offer different options.

The room was nice, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The complementary breakfast was mediocre, minus the coffee. A lot of interesting places, including restaurants in the area. We will definitely be back. Great location, close to the FL Turnpike.

This is a clean hotel hands down. The staff is so nice and ready to help you. I sat in the lobby and listen to how Alex speak to guest over the phone about a bill. He was professional answered the questions reassured the guest they would get a call back. Adrianna helped us with a uber, Aixa baked the best cookies in the evening for the guest. Stayed 5 nights by self and booked another room for friend from England for 5 nights. Hotel gave us adjacent rooms which was great. Kudos to housekeeping - rooms were clean and spruced up daily. Breakfast and coffee available early, with lots of choices and constantly refreshed. Kudos to them as well. Pool nice and clean. Perhaps it was the clientele while I was there, but I was surprised how quiet it was at night, no slamming doors or partiers. Enjoyable stay. I chose this hotel based on good reviews and competitive price.I was not disappointed.

Cannot complain. Everything was perfect. Great service, location, breakfast and amenities. I stayed for four nights with my family for a business trip. Everyone treated us great and looked out for us.

The front desk clerk was very pleasant and courteous. He informed us about the amenities available onsite and restaurant options nearby. The housekeeping staff were very friendly. The breakfast options were very good and quite filling. A few department stores are nearby and the mall is within a short driving distance away.

I was impressed that they even adjusted the breakfast time to an earlier time to accommodate the reservists that are staying at their hotel. Pretty secured place. Front desk staff very nice, everyone super polite. This is a stay a few nights type of hotel. They have whatt you need at a decent price. Brekafast was fresh and plentiful, coffee flowed 24/7. Pool looked clean, etc. We did not use as we were very busy.

I booked a room for myself and my partner for 2 nights at the Kendall Best Western. It had been years since I last stayed at a Best Western. I was pleasantly suprised and extremely pleased with the accommodations at the Kendall Best Western. The room was very clean, the staff was professional and courteous, the breakfasts were delicious, especially the coffee! I will definitely look for a Best Western for my next hotel stay!

I was happy with my stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean and in good repair. If I had any complaints it would be about the fitness center. But then, I never expect much of these at hotels! The breakfast service was exceptional and starts at 6am sharp (unllike most hotels).

The hotel is in great location, near by great attractions and shopping malls. The staff are friendly and the facility is kept clean. Only one elevator works the entire time but other than that it's worth the stay.

Overall a very good location and bargain for the price, across the streets were plenty of choice restaurants. close to highway and easy access to local areas. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Overall, the hotel is located in a central area of Kendall, with stores & restaurants in walking distance. The hotel was clean, breakfast was great, and the kids loved the outside pool & hot tub. I found the staff to be very helpful from the front desk, breakfast staff, & housekeeping. Regarding the room, the beds were comfortable for 2 adults & 2 young kids who were happy to have internet for their laptops.

Very quiet hotel. I stayed on the main floor and didn't hear any noise from other guests. Very clean. Friendly staff. Several good choices for dinner within walking distance. Hotel is on a main road but tucked back enough that it isn't difficult to exit the parking lot.

Best Western Kendall, is a fantastic location. Furnishings are all up-to-date and like new condition. Location is good, off the busiest street, so no fighting with traffic. However, very convenient to shopping areas. Staff was great, but two left the biggest impression. Emily and Bryant, at the front desk when we checked in, made our arrival memorable. They were friendly, helpful, and put up with our silly family. We will always remember them. They are fantastic young faces of the company.

I normally stay at Hampton (check all my reviews). But as they were booked, I thought BW would be an okay replacement. It was, for the most part. Great location. Easy to find and get in and out of. Staff cordial. Check in and out a breeze. Only one of the two elevators was in service, but there were no noticeable delays. The room was average size with two queens, a chair and a combo unit along the front wall. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were a mix of okay to way too soft more me. Lighting decent. Plenty of outlets including USB charging ports. Definitely quiet. Except for some hallway noise one night from other guests. (Come on, respect others by gently closing your door). Bathroom was a good size, with good lighting and air flow from exhaust fan. Water pressure was fine, and hot water flowed well., most mornings. The A/C cooled though was very loud when the compressor kicked on. (Reported it to management for possible servicing) Breakfast was just like a Hampton. A nice selection of hot and cold choices. Plenty of seating. I had the eggs most mornings and they were cooked fine. The bacon the one morning was nice and crispy. Pool and pool deck are a nice retreat. The chaises and chairs are quite comfortable. Would consider staying here again.

I was hesitant to stay at a Best Western because they had become run down. Lat time I use a Best Western was 19 years ago. I read recent reviews on the Kendall site and decided to give it a try. I will no longer hold on to the former opinion I held of the Best Western Hotels. I am impressed by the Miami Best Western Plus Kendall Hotel.

It was a last minute booking but for my surprise it was a great decision. Hotel, staff etc was great. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was really good. I really recommend this hotel not only on a emergency like my situation but a staycation will be perfect.

Stayed here for a quick visit with family in Pinecrest. Our priority was cleanliness and value—we just needed a place to sleep and shower. This hotel has a convenient west Kendall location and very clean rooms. Check in and check out were quick and easy. We'd definitely stay here again,

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms and common areas are immaculate and the breakfast was more than adequate. I would have given it 5 stars, but we had a minor issue with our wake up calls. We always set out phone alarm and ask for a wake up call "just in case." On two consecutive days, we had wake up "issues." On the first morning our wake up call came 17 minutes late and on the second morning (mind you we explained we had a dolphin experience at an early, scheduled time) we received no call by 7:25 when we left the room. (7:00am wake up call.) I only mention this so travelers can prepare accordingly. I would be pretty upset missing an early morning flight due to this issue.

My stay was very excellent. My room was very large and comfortable. Staff was amazing in helping me with questions I had. Great location lots of restaurants and stores around. Breakfast was good and they over a nice selection to choose from.

Friendly girl at check-in Hotel was clean and there was a good selection of food at breakfast The only downfall was a large group decided to take over the pool one afternoon. There was nowhere to sit (they took up the 2 tables and most of the chairs) and they were very loud. It did not make it enjoyable for those who were trying to relax and swim. There was a big puddle of water in the elevator (presumably from this group because it was around the same time they had been in the pool) and thankfully housekeeping cleaned it up otherwise it could have caused major issues. An excellent stay with no complaints! Staff were fabulous, free parking was aplenty, all amenities were working (excellent shower — super hot and great water pressure!), and my room was super clean and comfortable. I even had a nice view of a palm tree out my window, which is always a delight when you come down from the cold northeast ;) Great area where I felt super safe (I wandered around by myself a lot), with numerous opportunities for shopping and eating out. More shopping and supermarkets also only a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again!

That's the second time we stay at this hotel and I love the rooms, breakfast options and the staff at front desk. The price is also very good for all the services they are give, I'm highly recommend this hotel.

This property is conveniently located not too far from Miami airport to serve as a base for a couple of days in Everglades National Park and Big Cypress National Preserve. Check-in was great, the fellow at desk was friendly and helpful despite being the only one there and trying to help the in-person guests and phone customers all at once. Property was very clean, breakfast staff was on top of things keeping items stocked and cleaning tables and counters. Our room was spotless and comfortable, we always appreciate having a mini fridge in our room. Lots of options for food and shopping nearby. Great property, great staff.

We stayed one night on the 3rd floor, king room. Very clean, the bed was so comfortable with soft sheets, and the pillows were the best! Plenty of outlets. Shower pressure was great. Desk staff were kind and efficient. Breakfast (included) in the morning was decent, typical hotel fare - Belgian waffles, sausage and pre-made omelets, yogurt, oatmeal, cereals, fruit, coffee, tea, juice. Good location near restaurants and stores, convenient to the highway and airport.

BWP is located close to many amenities - spa, movie theater, shopping!! Lovely, friendly staff is on hand to direct you all the way! Wonderful place to stay!! I would recommend it for your visit to Miami

Stay was okay. Staff not overly friendly and language was a barrier with a few. It was okay for what we wanted, a place to sleep and leave our stuff. I would use again for same reasons but for a real vacation, not likely.

We stayed 1 night, good location, clean rooms, good WiFi, we didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they looked very nice. Bed was comfy, rooms were clean. When we arrived the smoke alarm was chirping, reported it, they fixed it quickly. Also had 4 feather pillows, we are allergic to, so they changed them out right away. We would stay again.

The Best Western Plus Kendall had everything we've been accustomed to expect from Best Western – a clean, comfortable room, a good, hot breakfast selection and courteous service. The king suite room we had was an exceptionally large room – it had a room with kitchen, dining table, sofa, desk, and armchair, separate from the large bedroom and bath. The lobby/breakfast area is also spacious. We stay here often and it's our go-to place when we're in the area.

This hotel offers friendly service, clean rooms, and reasonable prices. I stayed due to the close proximity to a healthcare facility where I had an appointment. An abundance of shopping and dining is nearby as well.

Came to Florida for a business meeting, when I checked in at the hotel it looked great. When I went to my room it had all I needed, rooms where cleaned everyday and breakfast was great. The agreement that the hotel had with the LA Fitness gym was what did it for me.

We have been where about an hour and I'm very impressed and happy with the hotel. The entire place is super clean. Check in was easy and friendly. Lots of places nearby. I noticed the clean laundry area with coin operated washers and dryers which is awesome. The pool area is very clean and tidey. Our room is one of the cleanest I have ever seen and we stay in a lot of hotels.

Upon checkin I went to the room and immediately noticed it was dirty. HAIR EVERYWHERE! Loose change and food on floor filthy refrigerator and bugs!!!! When addressed with front desk the girl was extremely rude! Stated there are no more rooms! I said I just want it cleaned! She stated house keeping is gone!!!!! They don't care about there guest I just spoke to the general manager and he laughed in my face and said he doesn't care if I leave a review!!! Buyer beware!!!! Hotel has mold and will get you sick!!!!

This is one of the most pleasant neighborhood hotels with nicely renovated rooms and friendly service, yet close enough to other areas in Miami. We keep coming back to this favorite hotel, because there is just no comparable alternative.

We were not welcomed or thanked as Diamond members. Other than that, there already was an extra blanket in the closet. Internet speed wasn't too bad when measured, at 17 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. The best thing about this room was it was very dark when we turned off the lights, which is what we prefer. The shower was good, unlike some places where the water pressure is restricted so much one cannot even get a good rinse. We were in room 513. Breakfast must have been alright, because I have no notes about it.

This hotel was impeccably clean and well staffed. Pool, Breakfast buffet and laundry were all open and happily enjoyed. The staff, particularly on evening shift, were very helpful and attenuative to guests needs.

We stayed for two nights and everything was perfect; friendly, helpful staff, clean comfortable room, everything worked properly including the HVAC, and TV. This is a very well managed and maintained property.

We had a great overnight stay. Called ahead with request and help with parking and room location for our small travel trailer. They took care of everything, even coming outside to make sure our parking issue was properly handled. Check-in was easy, as was check-out. Staff professional and friendly. Room very wel maintained and clean. Breakfast was a little above expectations for a Best Western breakfast. And, we really liked the location off the main road. Highly recommended.

We liked this hotel of several reasons - the welcoming staff, the very clean room of good size, the breakfast area and the location close to a big mall. There are also a selection of eateries nearby. The drive from MIA airport took about 45 minuter.

The hotel is super clean, very comfortable and quite. The staff is respectfully and very friendly, ready to help if you need it. I recommend this hotel. It is near two shopping centers, theater, restaurants, bookstore, where you can walk to them. The breakfast is very good, and varied: eggs, sausage, or ham, different kind of juices, two waffles maker, hot oatmeal, different variety of bread and sweets, cereals, different kind of milk, yogurt, coffee, oranges, bananas, apples, and much more. The bathroom has different soaps, body cream, shampoo, conditioner, etc.

The members at the front desk was kind and showed me the upmost respect. When I came back from work I took a nice hot shower and knocked out as soon as I touched the bed. I recommend this hotel to anyone .

This is my go to hotel for a mini getaway during the week or a staycation. It is walking distance to restaurants, shops, a bookstore, and a movie theater. The staff is welcoming, fast, and overall wonderful. The hotel is always clean, it's always such a pleasure to stay here. Highly recommend. Definitely coming back here again!

This motel's bed was a soft pillow top mattress that offered no back support. Unfortunately, we booked a non-refundable room or we would have moved motels because our backs hurt so much from the bed. If you are OK with a soft bed, then I would say this hotel is good for business travelers, families on a budget, or group sport's teams. We had a suite with a pull out sofa, but it was beyond uncomfortable & much worse than the bed. The room was decent, but was way overpriced for how dated it was. The hotel was very accommodating and let us check in early, which we really appreciated. We did run into one of the issues mentioned in other reviews, which was getting clean towels. They would only give you at most three at a time, if you were lucky enough to get that many. The housekeeping seemed to be very nice, but they didn't speak English, so it was hard to communicate with them on what we needed. The pool & free continental breakfast were OK. We wish the breakfast went to 11 am vs 10 am. There was a Bahama Breeze within walking distance that had 2 happy hour time frames, so that was a nice benefit. There was also a Chili's, La Carretta, Dunkin Donuts, and an outdoor mall within a mile of the motel. The motel had free parking, which was nice. We were happy that masks were required in the common areas and only allowed one family per elevator due to Covid. However, the breakfast area had no social distancing and was extremely crowded. They did have up hand sanitizer stations. You had to use your room card to get into the back and side doors. If you ordered food delivery, like UberEats, they had to leave your food downstairs in the lobby for you to pick up. I'm assuming that was a Covid protocol.

This hotel is centrally located with many stores, places to eat and a movie theater close by. It's very clean and it offers an excellent breakfast. Whether you come for business or leisure it's definitely a nice place to stay. I will come back!

Loved staying at the Best Western Kendall! The staff at check in were very nice and the hotel room was nice as well. The laundry room was so helpful to have during a week long trip, the machines take a credit card not quarters so that was very very convenient! The breakfast was great everyday but there are a lot of restaurants nearby also.

Stayed there in June 2021 also Oct 2021,have a family member who is under Treatment at the Miami cancer center so I have also stayed there a few years back Second time cancer. Everything is always clean quite and breakfast is good.

Clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced Best Western Kendal is an excellent place to make your home away from home while in Miami. Good amount you of restaurants in the area, attractions are a little out of the way but the Miami Zoo is pretty close by (granted you have a car out there), all in all this Hotel is a solid choice for your stay especially when you're making decisions with your wallet! Also the staff here are very helpful (particularly Frank the head desk manager) but understand that whoever you need help from whether it's over the phone or in person Best Western will take care of you and this is coming from a first time traveler.

The hotel provided a quietness to the end of each busy day of touring, had the necessary amenity of a pool, was conveniently located near a bookstore, mall and food, everything needed for granddaughter trip.

This motel offers very nice accommodations and large rooms with Microwave and Refrigerator. There's plenty of parking and the swimming pool is large enough to swim laps. It also has a workout room. The breakfast is an A- It is located near shopping and restaurants that you can walk to them

I've stayed twice at this hotel in the month of Jun21, and have been sorry to have been there both times. In the 7 nights I've spent there in the last month, not once was my room cleaned, which means that the room and bathroom was filthy and I had to provide my own toilet paper, soap and trash bags. Given that the trash was not taken out and the room remained filthy, we had an outbreak of cockroaches. In summary, lazy hotel staff that wouldn't cleaned my room meant that I later to sleep in a filthy room with uninvited guests.

I stayed at the BWK last month for 10 days - this being my 3rd time at the hotel. This time other family members stayed as well and they also absolutely loved everything about their stays. Starting with the Front Desk, Frank, Gerry and Claudia are the best. Claudia was new to the hotel from my stay in February and she is a great asset to the Staff. The grab and go breakfast was also great and Maria always met me with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel. Great service, absolutely spotless and so conveniently located in Kendall Looking forward to my next visit!!

The first thing you recognize about a hotel is the front desk, and Andy was super helpful from the time I booked the room, to the time I checked out . He explained everything in great detail and made sure we were comfortable.

This hotel is excellent. The staff is efficient and friendly. Claudia at the front desk is outstanding. She was very accommodating and pleasant. The breakfast was good and the room was very clean. We highly recommend this hotel. It was definitely a good value. Best price in the area.

During this pandemic we've stayed at a lot of hotels and these guys have had the best “to go” breakfast. You get hot items of eggs and meat and plenty of cold items like yogurt, fruit and grain bar, cereal, and fresh fruit. My only complaint is that the cleaning guy decided to clean the pool and didn't open it at 9am. I had no way of knowing this and had some very disappointed kids and we had to change our whole day's plans since we couldn't swim in the morning. In my opinion, they need to clean the pool early so it can open on time for guests to use.

Back here for the first time since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic and pleasantly surprised with the hotel's renovation. Staff is friendly as ever ( that thankfully has not changed) and hotel is well adapted to take into account necessary protocols due to Covid. Felt safe and a little bit like coming home. Thank you!

I recently stayed at this fabulous hotel for 2 weeks. My family lives very close and the location was perfect. Everything was excellent. My room was absolutely spotless and the bed was so comfortable! The grab and go breakfast was great- even getting a bottle of water every morning. Also, Maria was quick and efficient. Although Housekeeping did not come into my room, the Housekeeping Staff was the best. And what can I say about the Front Desk Staff? Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and comforting. I had great conversations with Frank, Gerry and Catherine. ( and Miguel too!) Thank you all for making my stay so wonderful. I will be returning in May and can't wait to see everyone again.

We stayed for a funeral most and were pleasantly surprised at this location. There are convenient stores around to meet our needs (especially Cuban coffee). On the way home (for me to orlando) we stopped and had lunch on the water (only 11 minutes away. The staff is very helpful too.

Everything in this hotel is A+ given my experiences on this stay. Hotel is centrally located in Kendall (right off the Florida Turnpike) and facilities are excellent. Service is outstanding. I would not hesitate staying there on my next trip to the area.

The staff at BWP Kendall went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was pleasant, safe and enjoyable. Hotel is perfect for a visit to the Everglades or an early morning start to the Florida Keys.

We stayed at this location when we flew into Miami to go on a driving trip down through the Keys. It was very clean and quiet with free parking. The room was very comfortable with a fridge and coffee maker. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast (included) was very good, even with the accommodations for Covid. Fast and easy to get a big breakfast! Walking distance to many restaurants, and I think the man's name was Frank who checked us in, was very helpful in letting me know what was available nearby. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Family group of 4 in a 2 queen bed room. Great location if planning to shop in Best Buy, Old Navy, GAP, Forever 21, Marshalls, because it is just steps from The Palms at Town & Country. Bathroom very comfortable. There is a whirlpool to use nightly too. Check out was fast.

Rosy the girl working on the front desk is very rude and incompetent, Stay away from this bad place, I SPEND $115 DOLLARS AND THE SERVICE FROM THIS EMPLOYEE THE NAME ROSY IT'S VERY INAPPROPRIATE FOR Best Western Hotel I don't understand why this company pay Rosy for loose castumer day for day.

Super nice place. This was my second time, and I was not disappointed ! Clean, comfy bed, nice breakfast, a small fitness room - great place to start a day with a basic workout. Would stay here again. I think front desk person was Frank - super nice gentleman!

This Best Western Plus property has some factors that make it a very good choice for short stays - the Location being the Top Factor, with a very good Retail Strip Mall across the street, and a Barnes & Noble and Best Buy next door!

The room was clean, the service was good and the internet worked great! It was a good location with plenty of places to eat within walking distance if you aren't driving. I was stuck in my room one day due to a tropical storm and used the hotel internet to stream movies and it worked great!

I have stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in december 2019 and just recently for 2 weeks in June 2020..it is a great hotel with optional suites.A regular room has 2 queen beds and a mini king suite has a king size bed..the rooms are spacious,clean,nice size tv with plenty of channels for everyone's taste..the front desk personnel were polite,courteous and knowledgeable.house keeping was also excellent My only complaint is that some house keeping personne do not speak english that well...check in was a breeze..they had a room ready for me before 4PM qhich was excellent..it is conveniently located right off the major roadway,near all eateries, shopping and right across the street a movie theater with plenty of shopping and more places to eat...in december they had an excellent free breakfast with plenty of choices..due to the virus in June the breakfast was not offered but they had a grab and go breakfast bag which to be honest was not that good..overall I will definitely stay here again going forward...

Amazing stay. This was an awesome 2 days at this hotel. From a beautiful suite, friendliest staff, cleanliness, check in/out process, great hot/cold breakfast items and great location, we were very surprised and would definitely stay again at this hotel next time we are in the Miami/Dade area!

Great hotel close to everything.I loved the pool ho ttub and breakfast.the rooms were clean and neat they provided nice toiletries. Clean fresh pool towels were at the front desk for each swim. The staff was quick to respond and very friendly. A great place to stay in kendall.

This hotel is located next to plenty of places to eat, some shopping, as well as a movie theater. It makes it feel like home when you get done with work or whatever adventure you had planned for the day. If you don't want to run all around to grab a few forgotten items or find a quick bite to eat this location is great.

This property has always made me Proud to be Best Western Rewards Member! The provide me with excellent care and provide me with their Top Rooms to choose from. The Location has everything you could possibly want to choose from.

A functional hotel with reasonable breakfast spread large rooms with basic amenities which is located in Kendall and is close to shopping area and just about 12 make from MIA and easy to get in as uber is easily available.

My wife and I stayed here for one night while we were visiting the Everglades. It is a nice basic hotel. The room was average size, and was very clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room and the A/C system were quiet. The breakfast was above average, with excellent omelets, ham and biscuits. It is in a very nice, safe area with a lot of shopping and restaurants.

We lived in Miami40 years.Now return 3 times annually for certain medical visits.We've searched&stayed everywhere in West Kendall-this is best!Location,Location,Location. Terrific nights sleep. Wonderful breakfast.

This Best Western is in an excellent location for restaurants. The room was clean and roomy. We had a small sofa, leisure chair and deck in our room. The tub and toilet were in the restroom and the sink was outside the restroom so the sink and mirror could be used while someone was in the restroom, a big plus. The value I put was average because it was during Super Bowl and the price was a bit much, but all the hotels were high during the Super Bowl weekend.

We stayed here for two night while visiting everglades national park and miami. The staff was friendly and professional, check in and out was quick. The room was clean and quiet, we had good rest and sleep. The breakfast had a variety of food. it is close to many restaurants. I will stay here again.

We stay here annually for the Tamiami Orchid show, the staff are always friendly accommodating. Breakfast is complimentary, the options are basic but that's not a huge issue. Very convenient ad great location for shopping as well. We will be back for another non orchid- related visit soon

Hey, it's a Best Western and it's priced accordingly but this one is better than your average BW hotel. Nice location, clean, ample towels, free breakfast. All in all, I'd recommend this hotel if you're price conscious.

I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Excellent customer service, professional front desk staff, floors spotless, my room was very comfortable to relax and I had a great night sleep. Breakfast was great, check out was perfect.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in while visiting florida in the past 3 years.very clean,comfortable,excellent value,centrally located near all shopping and eating.wonderful staff,walking distance to everything. Plenty of parking,excellent free breakfast with plenty of options,different menu everyday.stood there for 17 nights with no issues whatsoever.i will definitely be staying there again.

Comfortable well-built hotel, 20-25 min drive from Miami airport, well-connected to highways, good aircon and shower. A convenient option if you have a car (ample parking available). Standard fare for breakfast.

This hotel is a nice place to stay. It seems to be very new and is in good shape. It has a pool and whirlpool and has nice rooms. The lobby is also nice. I was provided pop and snacks when I checked in which was a nice perk. Be aware that it is in a pretty busy area. So, if you are going to be driving nearby, you might want to allow some extra time.

After all the stellar reviews of this hotel, I guess I expected more. The room was OK but had a funny smell. The pillows were absolutely the worst. They were soft and lumpy. The breakfast was not stellar, as described by a TA poster. The hotel is off Kendall Drive behind a strip mall...You can miss it if you are not looking. It is a good price value..but I would stay elsewhere if I ever come to Miami again. BTW, the traffic in Miami is the worst I have ever driven in...

Upgraded rooms top, scrumptious breakfast all through our stay early morning till 10 am. The location unbeatable next to best buy and shopping centre's all around. Friendly staff always available for reasonable questions and simple conversation really makes you feel at home

The hotel was clean, quiet, and the free breakfast was stellar. The pillows were a bit soft for my liking and the Wi-Fi password we were provided did not work. We had to call for a new one. That being said, overall the experience was great, the area is surrounded by things to do, and the stay was well worth the price.

Last night I called asking for prices and Tiffany the girl working at the lobby was confused on the dates and prices and was not knowledgeable at all she was slow and kept mixing up my dates so I got sketched out and said nvm I'll book online... today I go in my statement and she charged me as if I went... they need better employees...

The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. The restroom was immaculate. The pool area was very clean and the outdoor hot tub is small but very hot and enjoyable for a single person or a couple associates.

I really thought this hotel would suck. My sister in law told me to stay here. This hotel is awesome! Great room, the price was amazing, free breakfast (which I love) and the staff was the best. I'll be staying here from now on. Two of the employees went above and beyond to help us - Ann and Miriam. Great Staff

This hotel is a hidden gem, from the staff, amenities, room and location. I have been staying at this hotel for the past 4 year annual and I love it. There is always warmed fresh baked cookies and infused water. The breakfast is not Ihop, but it not bad and the breakfast attendant, keep the area clean and well stocked, with a smile. The pool was clean, and as an avid gym rat (lol) love the fact that you can go to the LA Fitness gym across the street for fee.

The hotel was perfect! Location was excellent and off the main road, so you don't hear any traffic noise, but you still are walking distance to great restaurants, movie theater, & a variety of stores. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated! They have renovated rooms, so the carpets, furniture and bathrooms are all new!! The breakfast was fresh and delicious!! I look forward to staying here again and recommending this hidden treasure to all who want to stay in Kendall area!!

I stay here when on business in the area. This is a solid hotel. Its easy to check in, the staff are very professional and the breakfast is one of the best I have seen and I have been all over the country, eggs, bacon, fried potatoes, waffles, all sorts of buns and danishes, different brands of yogurts and fruits, you really get your moneys worth and its a clean space. There are walkable shops and a movie theater nearby and the highway is close all across the street. This is a good hotel to come to when on business because you don't have to drive to have night life or to grab a bite in between work duties. My only complaints are the ants and thin room door. Both of the rooms that I have had had ants specifically by the desk when I was working and last night when I was sleeping, felt them crawling on my back and saw them crawling on the sheet when I got out of bed. Not a major deal for me but its been consistent in the different rooms I have stayed in (rooms 200 and 201) but it is hot and Florida so not a deal breaker more of a nuisance for me but it could bother some people more. The other complaint is the thin door sounds with people slamming the door all times of morning. Also, there are two computers which is a nice option if you need to use it for work. Other than that, I would still stay b/c of the customer service, location and breakfast.

We stayed here after canceling our reservations at another hotel that wouldn't work with us when we had to change our original travel plans. Our room was wonderful, the breakfast was great, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

I was at the Best Western in Kendall for business and I brought my daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter (1 year old) so that they could vacation while I was working. The mall across the street was convenient, and there were fantastic places to dine close by. Our room had a musty odor when we walked in so we called the front desk, and in less than 5 minutes the managers were in the room to find out what was going on. We were immediately moved to another room. Which was very nice. Service was good. Breakfast was average. Rooms were average. The strip in front of the hotel is very busy. All in all it was a good experience.

I attended a good friend's wedding. The location and convenience was one less thing I needed to worry about. The hotel provided shuttle service to and from the wedding. The room was clean My overall experience was great. I was able to enjoy the entire wedding experience!!! Thank you.

My A/C. Btoke and due to the heat in Miami. We stayed for two nights. The hotel was super clean, comfortable bed, and nicely decorate room. Expecially cold quite A/C!! and closed to our condo. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. Front desk employees are great. Placed in a good location. Everything you need is close by. Mattress could be slightly better but still gives you a cozy comfortable sleep. I would definitely look to stay here anytime I'm coming to the Miami area.

This hotel reminded me of how hitels used to be. The room was big and comfortable and extremely clean. The ammeneties were good. The lobby was very nicely decorated and the breakfast was also very good.

Our friends and I have been getting together at the end of June in Miami for our Annual Pool Party. We have used and stayed at this hotel for the last nine years. NINE YEARS!!! This is our HQ. Our Friends fly in from other parts of the country for this SHINDIG weekend. My wife and I have never heard a single complaint about this hotel from any of our guests. NINE YEARS !!!!! This is because the hotel is clean and conveniently located, but most of all, we have never had a complaint because the STAFF goes out of their way to be professional and very friendly to all of our guests. Customer service is alive and well at this location. KUDOS must go out to the entire staff but especially to our Sales Coordinator- CATHERINE ABASCAL. She single handedly made everything "smooth sailing"!!!! MUCHAS GRACIAS !!! SEE YA NEXT YEAR !!!!!!!!

I have family I visit in Miami so I choose to stay at the Best Western Plus Kendall Hotel each time. I have been staying at this hotel for 15 yrs and enjoy my stay every time. The staff are all so friendly. They have a good buffet breakfast and I look forward to the baked cookies every night with my coffee. I would not stay anywhere else.

Our wedding was here . We came Friday night I had a wonderful time at the pool. Saturday we woke up had an incredible breakfast then the wedding started everybody gathered in the lobby. There was no problems at all everything went smoothly. When we got back the hotel was there to greet us and to congratulate us. The managers went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and make sure that we needed nothing. I really couldn't answer more. We will definitely recommend you and hopefully this helped you with your parties because the service was impeccable. The rooms were nice everything was clenly all the work staff there was absolutely wonderful.

From the minute I walked through the doors and was greeted by Rosy and Frank, I knew I would have a fabulous 5 night stay. Everything about the Best Western was awesome. I got a great first night's sleep which doesn't always happen when I travel. The breakfast is very good and the dark roast coffee was perfect. Housekeeping also was attentive and the room and linens were wonderful. My family lives very close to the hotel and it was perfectly situated. Also close to some good restaurants. Want to shout out to Front Desk Staff Rosy, Frank, Augusto and Fiorella. I work in a hotel myself and they were all very special in their own way! Rosy especially was extremely caring and professional! I look forward to returning in January 2020!

The Hotel was in the middle of where we needed to be, with shops nearby. The Rooms were very clean and Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing everyday and lots options. Looking forward to future stays.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great! My only complaints are the smell in the room. It smelled like a dog had been sleeping in there. The room was hot when we first walked in, but after the AC started running it was perfect cold sleeping temp. The pool grounds were very slippery. We had a bunch of kids playing and when they would run around the pool they would slip and fall. I even had a hard time simply walking when everything was wet. Bad design.

reservation was made by corp office and when I checked in I had to call my company officer to fax over her DL pic front and back as well as AMEX front and back. Not sure this is a good business practice since I had been at another BW 2 days prior without any of this documentation. Had to wake up the GM to have her fax over. Didn't make sense.

The hotel was very quiet and clean. The continental breakfast is very tasty, the potatoes are very tasty!! If you are looking for a beach vacation is not the place but other than that is a perfect place to stay in Kendall, Miami.

Best Western Plus in Kendall, FL is a great place to rest in a clean and well kept place. The rooms are clean. Lots of room for parking the car. The breakfast is excellent and satisfing. The hotel is close to shopping centers and restaurants.

If you need to stay in west Miami, the Best Western is the place to stay. Hotel is clean, staff is nice, and the rooms are quiet and clean. Breakfast is a typical free breakfast type but still very good. The hotel is located near the turnpike, shopping, and numerous restaurants. Great location.

The hotel was very clean and I had no problems. The staff was very helpful. The cleaning people were also friendly and helpful and ready to help if I had any problems. The location is perfect. There are plenty of restaurants and shops with in walking distance.

We stayed here as it is only 20 mins or so from the airport- in a peaceful neighbourhood. Perfect after a transatlantic flight en route to the Florida Keys. The hotel was as one would expect for the price - a nice pool and great bonus if having an association with a huge LA Fitness gyms across the road which was the largest and best equipped gym we have ever been to. Fantastic. So it got us off to a good start the following morning before we headed off on our road trip. They do breakfast bags to go. Great reception staff - helpful in every way.

Great breakfast. Great staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Everything was immaculate. The AC worked great. Large rooms with coffee. Ice and vending on every floor. It was a great stay. Everyone was very accomodating and went out of their way to make the stay the best it could be.

The breakfast was exallent and the rooms and the room service and the kitchen service was excellent. Varies option in the breakfast buffet. Very clean room and the lobby is very helpful. Also that the person at the breakfast was always asking me that if I needed anything. The most helpful person in the breakfast buffet was Nathalie Nieto because she was very nice and with a good attitude.

This is definately one of the Top 5 Best Westerns that I have stayed at, and could easily be listed as a Premier property, with just a bit more added - more large suites & a Restaurant. Location was ideal.

Over the years, I have stayed in many Best Westerns. I like the brand and the rewards. I have to say this is by far the best Best Western I have ever stayed in. I know beds and pillows are a personal preference and I usually travel with my own pillow because I can guarantee a good nights sleep regardless of the firmness of the mattress. However, I was travelling light this trip and did not have my pillow. It did not matter. I slept better in this bed almost than in my own bed. Other Best Westerns should take a lesson. Of course, the free breakfast was delicious and they cooked the bacon just the way I like it. And, the staff were awesome. They were very friendly and accommodating despite working quick turn around shifts. The employee who check me in in the afternoon was the same one at the desk the following morning. He remembered me and my question and was willing to help. Next time I am in south Florida, I will definitely book here again.

I had reservations at this hotel for 7 nights and 8 days since I was having surgery and didnt live in the area. I came to the hotel the day before to talk about the importance of the room location and all that. The manager Miguel heard all of our concerns and went through alot of work to get me the absolute perfect room. Their "suites" are very spacious with a little living room section and plenty of room for me to recover. And I actually loved the view of the trees they have on the side of the building. The breakfast was always great and so clean. The coffee was always fresh. Housekeeping knew I was recovering and would knock to give me fresh towels and all that. Theres a good size fridge and a microwave. The hot water was great in the hotel too. The room was actually very very clean. I was in the room for 7 nights and never once did my feet look dirty from walking around the room or anything that happens sometimes in other hotels. Miguel really made this stay as enjoyable and easy as it could me so I could focus on recovering. I'll definitely reccomend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the area.

This is an excellent hotel. It has everything we needed. We stayed overnight before going to Miami Port for a cruise. It was beautiful outside, clean, had a freindly staff at check in, and was walking distance to many shops and good restaurants. There is even a theatre right across the street. The breakfast was really good. Parking was plentiful and free. This hotel is really nice for the price.

Clean, comfortable room in a quiet hotel. Bed was huge and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of choice and was well presented. Plenty of places nearby to have dinner. Hotel was good value and we would happily stay there again.

My family and I reserved 3 rooms. When we checked in around 4:30pm, none of the room were available. This was disappointing and irritating. The clerk tried to explain that they had a lot of people staying at the hotel that evening, but I don't see where that was our problem. Fortunately, all of us were able to check-in over the next hour. Maybe the hotel shouldn't allow late check-outs if it's going to affect other guests? Anyway, once we were settled, we found our rooms clean and comfortable. I really appreciated how quiet this hotel was, and the proximity to Shark Valley. The breakfast was okay, and there were hot and cold options. The parking spaces were very tight, so it made parking a challenge. Due to the late check-in experience, I would probably try staying at another hotel the next time I'm in the Miami area. I just didn't think that it was very professional.

We stayed overnight at Best Western Plus Kendall before our cruise out of Miami. The staff was friendly and welcoming at check-in and we were even offered delicious cookies and cold water with citrus, which was very refreshing after a day spent traveling. The location is convenient for dinner and shopping as well—all at an easy, safe walk across the street. Our room was clean and spacious and we got a good night's sleep in the very comfortable bed. I like to stay at hotels that offer a real breakfast (not just coffee and pastries, but eggs, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, toast.....choices!) and we were able to have a great start to our day.

This place is dirty, dirty. The refrigerator was crawling with cockroaches. The nightstand between the bed had a bunch of baby roaches all over it. We called the front desk but couldn't move rooms because they were sold out. We literally did not go to sleep. I asked a manager to call me and got nothing. No refund, no call, nothing. We had another meeting there this week and the first to check in said the room smelled like dirty towels. Again sold out so SOL with a nasty room. When I called to cancel I was told that I would need to talk to a manager.

I come here every six months to visit family and tonight was probably the worst experience I have ever had. Mind you there are other reviews on google mentioning the same thing but since I frequent here I did not think it would happen to us. -Luis who was working night shift had no care whatsoever that his housekeeping team did not clean our room. -my family was mistaken for another family. Luis argued with us and tried to tell us that we checked in on the same day we requested the room to be cleaned when we checked in two days prior. - Since the room was not clean we needed clean towels for a family of three. Luis states they only had two towels and two wash clothes. The thing is he gave us dirty towels that obviously had hair on them which we showed him and he blatantly said “oh that must be housekeeping's hair”. Are you kidding me! We requested more towels and wash clothes and he said they were out in the entire building! We were not offered clean towels from another room and he also mentioned they do not have a key to housekeeping's closet. I would not have written a review if Luis would have atleast shown some sort of empathy for our situation or at the very least offered us another clean room. The level of customer service received is unacceptable and I will never room here again.

Staying here on the trip home from Key West. This a a very nice place for a Best Western, nothing against Best Western, but this one is a cut or two above the norm. Ample parking around the building, and it seems very quiet. Very, very quiet. Except for my wife hacking away. She's had some allergy reactions to something in this part of Florida. Nice room, along with a nice upgrade. Everything looks clean and in good shape. Even the upholstered items look good. The room has a nice little sitting area, separated from the bed, which is nice. The check in experience was quick and easy with a friendly staff. The breakfast area is large and inviting. The breakfast was also a cut above. Clean looking and the food was tasty. Eggs, bacon, potatoes, waffles etc. And even the GOOD yogurt. I'm definitely adding this to my “must stay” list.

It was a wonderful hotel stay. Hotel is quiet, has beautiful lobby decor, working computer center, overhead tvs in the cafe center, working wifi, incredible healthy complimentary breakfast choices, friendly competent staff , 40 inch large screen tvs in the rooms so you can actually watch tv without binoculars and full Comcast Cable with HBO movies. This was the best hotel experience I have had in the last 10 years. I will definitely stay at Best Western Plus Kendall again. Finally a hotel that does it right and puts the guests first. A five star experience from start to finish.

It is Christmas night and my wife and I are in the middle of a stay right now to visit family in the Miami - Kendall area. We stayed in this hotel before and loved it. Not the same this time around. The room's furnishings are not as modern, it is not as clean, the chair in the corner has a big black stain right on the front of the cushion. Our experience this evening takes the cake. We returned from our visit with family and found that housekeeping had not replentished the towels and wash clothes. No biggie I thought. I called the front desk. I was told I will have to come down to the desk to get them. I went down. She handed me 2 pool towels. I also needed hand towels and wash clothes. When I asked for them, she said this is all I can give you. We do not have access to housekeeping. Well it was 7:00 PM in a hotel. Hello!! While i'm not ready to completely write this place off, the next four days will need to go better than the first two for me to come back here.

The front desk personnel are great! Very professional and friendly. They make killer cookies as well! :) The location is great. There are many places in walking distance for eating, shopping and entertainment as well and more in close by driving distance.

As a frequent visitor to south Miami, I had never stayed at the Best Western until making a last minute booking left it as the only option. I was pleasantly surprised. Although my room was smaller than other properties, the room was clean, well appointed and the wait for an elevator non-existent. Include a decent breakfast offering and sufficient parking, easy access to 88th and restaurants a short walk away and you have a pretty solid property offering..

Good quality for the price. Nice location close to everything. Rooms comfortable n clean. Staff attentive. Plenty of parking. Check in and out was a breeze. First time staying at a best western. Reasonably priced. Beds very comfortable.

If your visiting Miami with no intention of the glut and glam of South Beac, head Southwest. The hotel is located in an area called Kendall with literally everything close by. The hotel itself offers continental breakfast every morning complete with coffee, cereal, and pastries, a small gym, business center, and pool. A Movie theater across the street with many restaurants, bars, and shopping for a mile. Kids are able to access Chuck E Cheese (across the street), Zoo Miami is about a 2 miles away, with numerous other family friendly activities less than 5 miles, 4 major shopping malls and more!

Stayed here having walked out of a previously booked room, and so glad we did,, whats not to like. Check in was quick, staff were pleasant & helpful. Rooms were comfortable & clean. Breakfast was good. Had a gym & pool which we didn't use but looked brill. We went to a la fitness across the road which hotel guests are given access to. Brilliant place, fantastic equipment & excellent opening hours. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay. Our suite was extremely clean, the bedding and furniture was very comfortable. The manager, John, and front desk staff were very welcoming, professional, and courteous. Great location, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again!

I've stayed at this hotel in the past and was looking forward to staying there again. When I was assigned a case in the area, I booked immediately. No regrets. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was enjoyable every day with some very good dark roast coffee! Another "amenity" was the diner across the street which provided a great place to have dinner with the lack of a restaurant at the hotel. If ever in the area again, I will definitely book this hotel again.

This is the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. The staff, from the front desk person to the GM, were rude and unhelpful. The toilet continued to plug up and it was very unpleasant. The shower was mounted in the ceiling and it was awful.In fact, Awful is the best I can say for this poor excuse for a hotel.

This was a great first night of our trip! Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable the breakfast was good. The hotel was close to restaurants and a mall. Would definitely stay here again. Wish we had more time to check out the area

Great Front Desk staff,The hotel is clean. But the room smells musty.The furniture can be upgraded.The hot breakfast is terrible.I can not comment on the lunch or dinner. I did not eat there.Other than that it's a nice property.

I used this hotel for the last 4 years and when I think to travel to Miami, FL always preferred this one. The Breakfast is excellent, great service, great food and the servers attend the customers like a kings. Nathy is a server and her hospitality is amazing. Thank you Natty

The staffs at Best Western Kendall Hotel & Suites are very professional and helpful. The best place to stay in the South West of Miami. Right off Ronald Reagan Turnpike and next to many shops and restaurants.

Everything was great the breakfast is excellent the bed was great room was clean and room service is always thereto help I spent 18. Days there and I Honestly felt. Like i was home. I will suggest this hotel to anyone

Once again, we have stayed and used this hotel as our HQ for our annual Miami Pool Party. That is eight years in a row!!!!!! no complaints from any of our guests, EVER!!! Outstanding job by the sales staff, YEZENIA, MIGUEL and of course the GM-Cathy O. One of our guests forgot and left some clothing items in her room after checking out. The items were not only found but were returned in a timely manner. I had the same dilemma at a high five star hotel; ie ---- Seasons; a couple of years ago and never saw my items again. Hotel is clean and at a great location. Included breakfast is a very nice touch !! You can read my previous reviews and see that this hotel and staff have maintained the same great service all of these years. Our guests are already looking forward to next years stay !! Thank You!!!!

Pros: room size was great, bathroom clean, free breakfast was fine. Cons: A/C unit made a LOT of noise, management never sent anyone to fix. Message light was always on, flashing at night especially bothersome (yes, I put a towel over it). Calls to front deck we basically ignored.

Our family had a good experience at this Best Western. We chose this location to be close to Everglades National Park and found it to be very convenient and close to shopping and restaurants. The hotel was clean and in a safe area. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was pretty standard - the lobby and dining area was really nice and well decorated. We would definitely stay there again!

wish I stayed longer than1 day. room was excellent. the only negiative was parking. the row closet to room entrance on side was reserved for cars rented by the hotel. a guard came an told me to move. very sharp check in with well layed out breakfast room. staff was pleasant. they let me stay past 11am as I arrived the night be for at midnight.

I had to be in the area for 2 days and needed a hotel that was nearby and not too expensive. This place fit the bill. The price was great. The hotel and the room were clean, the staff was efficient and the breakfast was fine. The fitness center is small but the hotel is able to provide a free pass to a nearby LA Fitness if you want more than a treadmill or elliptical. The room had a mini fridge and there is a grocery store nearby. Rooms are basic but clean and have everything you could ask for at the price.

During the 12 nights I stayed here I met some beautiful and pleasant staff. The room was clean and bright, the bed was comfortable and the hot water was plentiful. Continental breakfast was included. Great place to stay for an affordable price. However, getting extra towels were an issue we had to ask everyday. Apparently they were being laundered. I am still giving it a 5 rating anyway. The rest of the stay made up for it. The staff is eager to please and answer all of your questions. I would stay here again.

The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful, I had an excellent night's stay and a good breakfast in the morning. The reason I'm taking time to write this review is because I felt I got value for my stay.

You cannot beat the location, price and amenities offered. We love this hotel and always try to stay here when we are in that area of Miami. We love how you can walk to so many places and the quality of food choices nearby. We were very happy with the hotel and service.

A lot of eateries and shopping within walking distance. Very close to the turnpike. Not a bad place to stay when visiting the Florida Keys. Nice rooms. Floor was a bit dirty. Nice pool area. Large breakfast area.

Stayed 2 nights for work, not sure I have ever stayed at a BW before. I was impressed! I recommended to a colleague who was headed to the area. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Shower was hot with good pressure. The mini fridge does not have a little freezer and there was not a microwave. Breakfast was pretty straight forward, the coffee was good. The front desk gave me a bottled water when I asked. There is a water urn in the lobby for free,cold, orange-infused water. I asked to extend my check-out time, but they turned off my key card anyway. It was not a problem because the staff helped me right away. All the employees I saw were very nice and helpful. There is food and tons of shopping within walking distance/short drive. Hoping all your locations are as nice, I will be back!

Hosted my guest stay for my wedding on 3.18.18. I was very appreciative the quality and service provided to me and my guests. Check in process was very fast, as well as accomodating my needs were all taken care of on spot.

Have stayed at this location several times. They put a new BW plus up 4 miles Southwest. I made the reservations through national reservations center after the BW website was acting up. I VERY specifically told them the address and location. When I arrived at "check in" they told me my reservation was not with this location but the one 4 miles away and in the middle of nowhere. We liked this location due to locale, especially after driving all day. The desk clerk shrugged it off and told me it happens all the time and there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed in attitude and way it was handled. Why they not give the two properties different names or distinguish them better?

hhis hotel is located walking distance to many for shopping as well as, many restaurants and a movie theatre. Their breakfast has so many options, cereal with nuts, fruits, yogurt, eggs, bacon, croissants, bread, waffles, coffee and juices. I have no complaint, I will visit again.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Kendall Hotel & Suites, and I was very pleasantly surprised at how well run the hotel was from top to bottom. The pool and hot tub were cleaned daily as were all of the common areas of the hotel. The free breakfast was quite good and had a nice variety of foods to choose from. The rooms were nicely appointed, clean and the beds comfy. The staff was the nicest surprise as they were friendly, helpful and would go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Thanks to Mario the shuttle driver for running us around to locations that were close but required crossing high-traffic roads not safe for pedestrians. I would rate this hotel a 4.5 only because I think every good establishment should strive to improve. There is little room for improvement with this hotel.

On 124th street. This is among the best quality of service / price ratio. The room was clean and quite. The breakfast with delicious food. We have tried both the hotel shuttle and private transportation: the hotel is well located and the access is easy.

Very clean, with a surprisingly comfortable bed, friendly people at the front desk who knew a lot about the area, made recommendations upon request, were super solicitous in asking if there was anything they could do. It's not a glamorous place but it's cozy, comfortable, affordable.

We have always stayed here when we visit our son for the past 12 years. Noticed changes this time. May have been because of the holidays. But will always stay here. Great location and love the fact that for us who do not wish to rent a car, there is a driver available.

Best Western Plus Kendall took excellent care of our wedding guests, from the wedding block rate and reservations process to the meeting spaces (given as a reward for the number of reservations made) for a rehearsal dinner and post-wedding breakfast.

The staff was great, professional and attentive. The rooms are good, though neighbors and doors can be heard at times. Breakfast is fair.. Located across from and next to strip malls, there are plenty of dining options and sources for entertainment.

The hotel was comfortable and quiet. Nice rooms, with comfortable beds. The lobby was nice and good choice of breakfast items. The bathroom was clean and the TV had a good selection of channels. Good location, next to restaurants of good quality.

Extremely convient to the FL turnpike extension with easy off & on access to & from the Best Western. The address on their website, however, was not accepted by my GPS; had to call the hotel to get an acceptable address.

Best Western Plus Kendall 8560 SW 124th Avenue is ideally located to the airport, several shopping plazas, malls and downtown Miami. Pleanty to explore within the close environs, Our stay , this being the 12th wihtin a couple of years has always been comfortable, easy going and enjoyable. We bever think of any other place when we travel from the Caribbean.

I have stayed at 5 Hilton hotels, 1 Marriott, and 1 Best Western in the last few weeks. Best Western is my favorite. Marriott. Negs. Valet parking only and breakfast not included, horrible water pressure, very few plugs and my cords easily fall out pf the plugs. Pos: Best beds Hilton: Negs. pillows can be tiny, wifi not the easiest to connect to, have to reconnect each device daily, food equal to Best Western with the exception that Hilton has homemade cookies, Ran out of parking one time and had to park on the street, one hotel had an AC limit of 68, 1-2 other hotels really never got that cold Pos. All around good hotel. Best service for booking a room, I call one easy number and they find me a hotel, most plugs for electrical devices Best Western Negs. No homemade cookies (being extra picky here), not as nice as the Hilton and Marriott Pros: My Favorite because the hotel is service first. Connect to the WiFi once and my devices stay connected throughout the trip, dual washer and dryer with soap and everything in one spot (desk also has quarters), AC nice and cold, seemed to have everything I needed but a bar, pool, and restaurant

Really nice place and excellent staff. All very friendly and helpful. Large open breakfast area with a very good selection of hot and cold breakfast items. Good tasting coffee and juices. Waffles also. Large flat screen TV's in the breakfast area. There is also a laundry room which is clean and has machines from which you can purchase soap, softener etc. They have a nice fenced in pool area with tables and chairs, along with chaise lounges. The room is large, nicely appointed and decorated. Good sized closet with a safe. There is a coffee maker, refridge, hair dryer, desk with chair and table lamp. Also a nice stuffed chair. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Family emergency trip do my dear cousin illness brain turmor surgery in Kendall Miami very close to the hotel, so we drove from Orlando to Miami. Originaly my husband did reservation with other hotel that when we tried to stay longer make it difficult because my husband make the revervation trough expidia... it was a bad experience ever with the front desk associate..that I told my husband: please just check out and find other hotel. So, we were blessed!! We drive around and stop at the Best Western Plus and the Sale Coordinator Miguel Briceno gave us the very friendly welcome. :) It was su much realeave finding a great friendly professional front desk person! We explain what happen to us and he accommodate to our request so well. YES!! Best Costumer Services ever! I wish we could give him and the Hotel 10 stars no 5!! Miguel God Bless you!! To the manager at the hotel: You have a great Team!! and Miguel is Wonderful!! He should be training every Hotel front desk associate !! Hotel in general is great!! Love everything!! We stay at this BW ON OUR RETURN TRIP TO HOME EVERY fall. Well run, staff always friendly and helpful. Well maintained property. The breakfast is always fresh and plentiful. There's a great diner across the street that you can walk to for a casual dinner

We stayed at this hotel for three nights during Hurricane Irma. The Front Desk staff was amazingly helpful both before and during our stay. Although we lost power, the staff did everything they could to make us feel safe, cared for, and entertained during our stay. Our room was lovely and we really enjoyed the bountiful breakfasts every morning and warm cookies in the evening (imagine doing this in the midst of a hurricane with no electricity!). Our heartfelt thanks to Mgr. Cathy Otero, Asst. Mgr., Chris Figueroa, the Front Desk Staff: Miguel, Ralph, Douber, and Suzsanna, and to Cecilia and her team who made the delicious breakfasts and cookies. Very nice hotel, clean and bright rooms, comfortable beds, various choices for breakfast, friendly staff, good location (close to few malls and restaurants), pool for relax, I was there alone and as well as with family and I can fully recommend.

We stayed at this hotel from July 12-13, 2017. Although we arrived right before midnight, we were welcomed by Chris at the front desk upon arrival. We were promptly checked-in and Chris was more than happy to help keep an ice pack I was travelling with inside the housekeeping staff's refrigerator/freezer. Initially, I was not too thrilled about the fact we were assigned a room on the second floor right next to the elevator. After a long day of travelling, we decided to keep what we had. Thankfully, the noise level overnight was minimal and the sleep quality was really good. The complimentary breakfast downstairs was filling. Michelle at the front desk answered my questions about the Best Western Rewards Program promotion and made sure I received credit for this visit. Before we checked out, Douber went to help retrieve the ice packed that had been kept overnight. I would like to thank Chris, Michelle, and Douber for their wonderful hospitality and outstanding service provided during our stay at this hotel! I would also like to note, this hotel is conveniently located near several shopping plazas, including Kendall Village Center and Palms at Town & Country. From the hotel, Best Buy, Barnes & Noble Booksellers, and Kendall Village Center are within walking distance.

The rooms were good size, complimentary breakfast. The hotel manager went above and beyond expectations making it a wonderful stay! The pool was great since the days were hot this summer. It was very close to the highway and a shopping plaza with restaurants and movie theatre. All within walking distance.

I arrived to ask a/c that was not working. Unit was changed out by a/c repair man, he finished after midnight. Not one dollar was taken off my bill for the inconvenience until I complained about it. No manger was ever present when I needed them. Staff had to call them. Will not stay here again.

It is always a pleasure to comeback to your room at night. and see a clean room, with clean towels that the bed has a nice clean and confortalbe mattress. that the room had being vacuum. ant the waste basket are clean .

My stay was because of out-patient appointments at Baptist Hospital. The location was very convenient and comfortable. I compared other hotels in the area and found this one to be competitively priced. I will definitely book a room at this hotel for any future needs.

Once again, we have stayed and used this hotel as our HQ for our annual Miami Pool Party. This year we had a total of 18 rooms registered to our party. Some of our guests booked on wed and departed on monday. You figure that someone in a group this large would have one complaint. Well, you figured wrong !!!! NOT ONE COMPLAINT !!! That speaks volume of the hotel, location and most important the STAFF !!!! KUDOS must go out to the entire staff but most of all to YEZENIA and MIGUEL of the Group Sales Dept. Thank you so very much for your help and professionalism !!! GM- Cathy O. has always been gracious and competent !! The hotel is clean, quiet, safe, and it includes breakfast. This hotel is also very close to restaurants, theaters, various stores and a Chuckee Cheese, all within a short walk from the hotel. You will not be disappointed. We are all ready planning on next years Shin Ding.!!!!!

Spent the work week of 26 June 17 there to attend training. In spite of being there for training, I enjoyed our stay. Our room was good and tidy. Tiny ants greeted me at the sink every morning, but really didn't bother me enough to ask for another room. Forgot to tell the staff about it, though, for the next customers. I enjoyed joking with the cool and professional evening front desk staff about the cookies in the lobby. They would smile when I came around cuz they knew I was gonna bug them. All in fun. I liked the location. Close to almost everything and then some. Movie theater, small mall, book store, Best Buy, five restaurants all on this side of the street. BTW crossing Kendall Ave to get to Chili's. Oh brother. Don't walk---RUN!! No BS. Hotel had a shuttle driver to take you anywhere in a 6 mile radius. LA Fitness passes. Golden. I'll be back for that alone. That, and the warm cookies.

location is the best close to everything you can walk to most area, and safe area. We went to the movie, and was a block away was fun, some restaurant was OK in the area, but a Dinner that is the front of the hotel is no good at all, stay away other restaurant was very good.

This hotel is relatively new so we decided to give it a try since it is literally 3 minutes from the family home. Reservations were standard stuff, but. We ended up coming in a day early, and these folks were incredibly accommodating, even upgrading us when the room we reserved was in use that night. Breakfast was good, with lots of choices. Not fancy but plentiful & tasty. Free WiFi was sometimes weak but worked. Beds were VERY comfortable! We had a room on the. airport side, but never heard any planes landing or taking off. We will definitely use this hotel for future visits!

Usually the Best Western is the last place I'd willingly want to stay. Even though we booked it last minute I was pleasantly surprised at how clean everything was. From the lobby to our room. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Our first room smelled like marijuana (it's a non smoking hotel) and when I complained the guy up front was apologetic and offered us a room on any floor we chose. Housekeeping kept our rooms cleaned every day while we were out without complaining and anything we needed extra was provided without making us feel like a burden. Breakfast every morning was decent and it's right by many shops and restaurants, also a place called The Palms, a shopping center. I love the fact that Best Western has stepped its game up. I definitely won't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel was extremely clean, room quite spacious and staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was quite good and unlimited supply of coffee throughout the day. Pool was large and jacuzzi clean.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. It was very clean. Walking distance from different places to eat and shop. UBER and Lyft are available to take you wherever you need to go. I'm from NYC so when I used Lyft in Florida I was so surprised by their pricing. I thought their rates were affordable but again it could be because I'm from NYC and the rates is way more expensive. I liked the pool. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was quiet. Breakfast was pretty decent; had variety.

Nice clean rooms. Very safe and great location. Nice breakfast buffet. Free self parking. Near shopping malls and restaurants. This was my second stay. I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay again.

While staying at Best Western they provided us with a reasonable price and wonderful service while we checked in and out. Also, we were very content with all of the things that they provided for us to use while we stayed made it even more enjoyable not only for me but for my family as well.

This is my second stay at this location. Rooms are standard nothing fancy, the location is great since so much is within walking distance (restaurants, shopping, movie theater), the staff is very helpful and always make new suggestion for good Latin food restaurants. Our first stay was in a king room this last one was a double room, the rooms have refrigerators and coffee makers, the bathroom are large compare to some other hotel. Booking for the third time.

I live a quarter of a mile from Best Western and lived in the community for more than 40 years. We needed a place to stay while our house was being tented for termites. I was amazed how the hotel was conveniently located-shopping malls, movie theater, restaurants and highways.

This is a great place to stay in the Miami area. The service and staff have been great every time I have stayed here. They have a nice breakfast, but there is also a nice convenient juice shop in front of the hotel to get juice, coffee, and great food from. With a hot tub that is a great ending to the long day. I also love the fact that they let you work out at the LA Fitness free when you stay here. A great value in a great location.

Hotel is nice and clean. Stayed here multiple times on different occasions. Parking can be tricky, but have always found one. Rooms are clean and amenities are good. Location is great with tons of restaurants, mall, and highway nearby.

Excellent location. Everything is closeby. Different type of restaurants not far away. Also pharmacy. Bestbuy, Michaels, bookstore closeby. You even have Kendall Village closeby for different types of shopping.

Stayed last night in room 403. Room wasn't bad. Bed and pillow wasn't as comfy as I would of liked, but maybe I picked the wrong bed as there were two in the room. Room was clean. Had an extra blanket in the room and plenty of towels. Couldn't find anywhere to plug things in on the bed stand. The window ac unit was not noisy, so that was nice. Had Wolfgang Puck coffee in the room that was nice. Had a good breakfast buffet, better than a Holiday Inn Express buffet. It had better selections of yogurt, pastries, fresh blueberries, mixed berries, raisin bread, things like that. Big, open area for breakfast with tv's all around. Walked around the hotel area for some exercise, don't know about any exercise room. The hotel had a pool and hot tub area that didn't look bad at first. But not real secluded as an ally ran next to it with car traffic. And when I went down in the morning to use it, there was a dead frog in the pool. Not the hotels fault. When I notified a worker, he was quick to remove the frog and then multiple workers were seen cleaning the pool after that. Hotel was part of a Kendall Plaza with stores and shops nearby. Caught the hotel shuttle to Miami Executive Airport in the morning. I had a room with two double beds overlooking the pool. The place seemed quite over all. I believe they have Suites too. Not a bad stay.

It was a very nice hotel, in town on. Business trip and had a room available at the last minute of the new get and also help me with a discount, room was clean and up to date, bathroom was great and spaces

Hard to find parking at night. Small Best Western parking lot. Many of the spaces belong to other businesses. Hard mattress. Everything else very good. Tons of shopping around, close enough to walk, within feet of the entrance. Large multiple Regal theaters literally next door.

Most assuredly one of the best Best Western Plus motels. It is located in West Kendall away from the beach & tourist areas. The service and amenities are superior, and the breakfast is among the finest. We highly recommend it.

I check into hotels all over the country; I stay at the Best Western in Kendall Village Miami about half a dozen times a year. Everything about this place is superb. I have found that Lianet and Daniria go way out of their way to be especially helpful.

Great staff and clean hotel! The entire hotel was clean and constantly maintained. All of the staff were friendly and busy. Great value for business or family. Rooms were quiet even though the hotel is centrally located to business and residential areas.

Our 5th floor "mini suite" was quite nice. The king bed was very comfortable, and the mini living room, flat screen TV and desk area were nice. The bath area was large, and all the amenities were good. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with different food on Saturday and Sunday mornings. The hot tub and pool were clean and warm. The only slight complaint is that the water pressure was not that great. I would select a lower floor next time. Would definitely go back. This location is just great for race weekends in Homestead, about a 20 minute ride in and away from the chaos of a NASCAR weekend there. Enjoy!

Best thing about this hotel, is its location to the Miami Man/Mack Cycle Triathlon Event. Personally, I rather travel a bit further than stay at this location! For example, hotel staff was often in the way -- working and moving cleaning carts, during the "peak" time of the day. Room was outdated - in need of updates. I had to unplug a lamp, in order to use "two" outlets.

The hotel staff was amazing and so helpfull! I had a family at Kendal regional in ICU and the staff was very caring and helpful. The shuttle driver (Mario) was fantastic getting me to and from the hospital for 9 days! The front desk staff was so kind, especially Lianette. Thank you for making this rough time easier.

We like the location of this hotel. We also like the hotel itself. It is comfortable and quiet. The breakfast has lots of good choices and the coffee is always fresh. There are a number of restaurants close by and it is very close to the Florida turnpike. We will stay there again.

I stood at Best Western Plus for business and I was very happy all around with this hotel. I will be staying here again. rooms are always clean and early morning breakfast was great as well. Internet was great too, I have been to some hotels where there internet is no good, and I was unable to check any of my emails which really got to me.

Very well located, great staff. Very clean, good breakfast, nice atmosphere. You get a membership at LA Fitness when you stay there. There is a nice pool that is quite private, and you are close to everything. I was able to access Scuba in the keys as well as Miami from this location with a short drive.

Spent a few nights here for a conference that was held here. Property was exceptionally clean including the breakfast area and downstairs bathroom. The breakfast was a decent selection and well stocked. My main issue was that the the wall AC unit in the room was the loudest I've ever experienced to the point of waking me up when it turned on. At one point on the first night I turned it off to see if that would help but could still loudly hear the neighboring AC's running so it didn't really make a difference. Also, the bed was lumpy and not particularly comfortable. But if your primary concern us cleanliness, this is your place!

Short drive from airport, although complicated by road closures. Parking complicated as some near zoned to shopping mall. Comfortable good sized room. Nice breakfast. Pleasant pool. Well maintained. Coffee 24/7.

Great hotel and staff. Location is wonderful and many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Terrific breakfast. Staff was nice and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We will go again.

Everything was perfect. Super clean. and well maintained. Great staff that was friendly and professional. Location was close to turnpike, shopping. Easy in and out. Beds great. Wish pillows were larger. Wonderful breakfast and coffee. Will make this my hotel of choice when returning to this area.

Stayed here to be close to family - It was definitely a good choice and worth the money. The breakfast was good - location is right off the turnpike and near shops and restaurants. Quiet at night. Plenty of space in the room. We had a king bed with a big bathroom. Very clean.

There were two times during my stay when we need the help of the staff. In both instances, the staff failed miserably to help and acted as if our requests were an annoyance. One instance was when my daughter arrived at the hotel on her wedding night in her wedding dress without the key which her husband had but was not present at the time. The security person, in a hostile manner, refused to help her enter her room. In the other instance, when I realized I had left something in the room after checkout, the staff was very unhelpful, one person even lying that it was "illegal" for housekeeping to enter a room for a second time and another person telling me that he was the only staff member on duty at the hotel so he could not check.

Check-in was a little slow due to a large group check-in and customer complaint. However, the desk agents kept their cool, resolved the problems and were calm during our check-in. They get kudos. Check-in and check-out was uneventuful. The rooms were clean and neat. The breakfast room was large enought for everyone and breakfast options were good.

I stayed at this Hotel in September 2016 for a workshop, (Business related). Ironically, we discussed professional development and customer service. This hotel was very clean, beautiful, close to some dining locations and strip malls. The lobby is clean and the rooms are very clean, have cool AC and comfortable beds. The room staff kept everything in tip top shape with clean towels, clean bathroom and bed made everyday. Each morning breakfast options were great and the team and coffee selection was fabulous No problems with in-room Wi-Fi and the business center as well. I did have some issues with the rudeness of the check in staff, Andrew, as he really was annoyed with the existence of everyone that bother him. At first I thought he was having a bad day but he continued his rude behavior the entire stay and unfortunately for me, he was there every day of it. The morning check-out man, Louis, he was annoyed that not everyone brought both keys to them with check out and there was an issue with calling for a cab, not his fault, but his inappropriate comments about that situation and one of our friends was completely unacceptable. Overall, the Hotel is worth the money and a great place to stay, just avoid the rude men that work at the front desk. BTW all other front desk people were great and easy to work with.

I found the hotel very clean, the staff was very pleasant, smiling and helpful. I needed dinner and they pointed me across the street to a diner. The breakfast had lots of options from waffles, danishes, bagels and french toast to eggs and bacon.

We were on our way to the keys for a wedding and stayed only one night here to visit with some family first. The location is great, there are lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I'm a Marriott girl, and yet, this hotel way exceeded my expectations. Samantha, at the front desk, was amazing and made our stay perfect from her initial greeting. She was super helpful and eager to please. The room was super... we were up-graded to a mini-suite, so we had plenty of room. We did see the regular rooms, and they would have been perfect, too. The rooms were super clean (and I'm very particular), and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was a bit loud, but it was nothing to make a big deal about. The breakfast was typical of breakfasts, and everyone was quite helpful. The location is perfect, with a zillion restaurants in the area, many of which were in walking distance. I would stay at this hotel again with no reservations...it was a delightful stay!!

I spent a week at this hotel on business and enjoyed every minute I was able to lie down in the bed, or partake of a full-spread breakfast, unlimited beverages, even raisin oatmeal cookies in the evenings as a snack! LA Fitness, a movie theater, Barnes & Nobles, and an entire shopping center are very nearby - all within walking distance. What is that they say about 'location'? Well, the hotel developers picked perhaps the "best" spot in town. I'm definitely booking this one again on my next trip to Miami or any of the surrounding areas.

Love the hotel. Rooms were very clean, The bed and pillows were super comfortable.The breakfast was really good with a good selection of items. Excellent service from the breakfast staff, The checking was already almost completed from the reservation information, so the process was very quick and so was the check out. Friendly staff all around, An on top of everything else it was a very good price.

not good only staying here because my new employer booked it would never stay here for personal reasons. The AC unit was broke the staff at check in was rude and the hold process for the whole stay was insanely terrible. One of the worst hotel experiences ever.

This hotel is a great place to stay for families or business. I enjoyed the full breakast and unlimited coffee and tea. they also have cookies the afternoon and fruits are available. The amenities were great and the decor was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the Florida Turnpike, shopping and entertainment. This hotel is a great value and I definitely recommend this property.

Best service. This is not my first time staying in this hotel. The reason why I am writing is because every time I go there I feel like at home. The staff are always friendly and ready to help. The Hotel in general is excellent.

Spent two nights here visiting the Everglades. Well situated for roads to Flamingo or Everglades City.In quiet location just off the main road, but in walking distance of a diner.Hotel offered B&B , and were impressed with partially hot breakfast.Comfortable. fairly standard rooms.I stupidly left some clothes behind, and the staff were great in locating them and holding them for me to collect on return to Miami.

We stayed at BEST WESTERN at the end of July 2016. The service provided throughout our stay was exceptional. Very friendly Front Desk staff who were willing to assist in any way possible. The location was ideal for our visit, very close to all the shopping you need to do and also for eating. The breakfast was good but could have had a little more variety.

we needed a place to stay one night close to Miami beach before we headed home after a cruise. Best Western Kendall fit the bill, the price was reasonable, it was close to places to eat and about 20 minutes from Miami. The rooms were clean, comforable and had a mini fridge. They had a nice breakfast in the morning, so glad to see canadian bacon! A big plus for me when I don't do carbs and am allergic to eggs.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were good. Easy in & out - right off freeway. Excellent value for the price. Restaurants in walking distance. Shopping in walking distance. This is our second time at this motel and we will use again for business in Miami.

Standard room, rather plain but the bed was comfortable and the AC worked nicely. Parking for the motel is awful as it is minimal in the front and on the side. Breakfast was ok. The eggs were cold and I have never seen bacon that thin or tasteless. At least you can make a waffle. The picture on the TV was grainy. Would not stay here again.

As others have stated, we found the hotel clean, comfortable and the staff helpful as well as friendly. For our purposes it provided a good breakfast with some different options two days in a row. For other meals it was close to another shopping center that had several options. We look forward to returning to this hotel because of its safe & central location for us, amenities, staff,and price especially if are a AAA member.

We needed a place to stay for a few nights while our AC is being repaired and we were pleasantly surprised at the location, cleanliness and wonderful staff. They have been so accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend for business travelers or a quick stay in miami. Restaurants, shops and movies across the street. A great complimentary breakfast and even a pass to LA fitness. Comfortable beds, good water pressure. Thank you Best Western!

This hotel was recommended by the South Miami Hospital and it was near shopping centers and the main highway to the airport. It was a safe and very clean and well lit area that had everything from restaurants to a movie theater

We were pleasently surprised with our stay at Best Western at Kendall and 124th Ave. Very nice large rooms, and clean. Front desk people were so pleasant. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, from eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal and everything in between. The blueberry muffins are to die for.

This hotel is in a great location, close to shops, movie theater, and places to eat. It is also located in a quiet area off of Kendall Drive and the Fl Turnpike and has lots of things to do within walking distance.

The hotel was clean which is of extreme importance. They had a nice complimentary buffet, clean pool and Jacuzzi. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wonderful diner across the street. Just an overall great stay.

Booking was simple. The complimentary breakfasts were great. The staff was most helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean and facilities were most appropriate. Check-out was easy. I would have rated this hotel excellent if it was not for the beds. They are very uncomfortable and you can tell they are needing to be replaced. But with that being said the hotel is very well maintained. Its clean and has updated bed covers and towels. The room overall was nice, even has a refrigerator. The breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast from pastries, cereal, eggs and potatoes to making your own waffles with very topping available. Pool area was clean and even has a hot tub. Overall this great you can tell the staff and management cares about this property. We would stay here again.

Went for a 3 day workshop and was so impressed with the hotel, location and staff! Clean, comfy rooms. Great, free continental breakfast - eggs, waffles, fresh fruit, coffee, tea and juice. Pool area was private and perfect for lounging. Outlet mall across the street and Bahama Breeze. Took the free shuttle to Dadeland mall. Went for a workshop, will go back just for a fun get away!

Stayed here on our way in to Key west, Was clean and nice. Dark room. Very quite in the room. Staff was very nice as we got there about 11pm with out a reservation. Room was clean and internet was easy and fast.would recommend to others.

Great safe , clean hotel for a large tween / teen group . The hotel was clean and comfortable . The staff was so friendly and helpful . The free breakfast was fantastic . Breakfast area very clean and well kept . Loved the 24/7 coffee , tea and my fav lemon water . Lots of shopping , movie theatre ( book tickets early ) restaurants just across the street . All in walking distance . I got the king suite and loved the extra room for a few $$$ more .

We had a great stay here. The hotel was clean, comfortable and staff cheery and helpful. It was also quiet. The location was good so long as you have a car. It's a good location to access the everglades, zoo, Marlins Park and various malls. There is also a Starbucks within walking distance.

We stay at this hotel for 3 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The Hotel is very clean and have amenities all the time. The hot breakfast they offer is delicious and fresh. Also the employees are very friendly, happy and work in a nice environment which make the guests feel at home.

Location and amenities of the Best Western PLUS Kendall Hotel & Suites was amazing. My only complaint about the hotel was the fact that the bedding was way below comfortable. The pillows were either excessively firm placing my neck into uncomfortable positions or had no support at all. This meant I was not able to sleep through the night. Additionally, the comforter on the bed had not been laundered properly. The stuffing in the comforter was bunched up along seams in the comforter and had locations with absolutely no stuffing. This hotel would be an excellent choice once they get their bedding issues resolved.

The entire property inside and out was very nice. Hotel is in a good location, easy to access, plenty of parking and stuff around the area. The inside was very clean and well kept, the staff were all very nice. The breakfast was all fresh and well stocked, Internet was fast. The only complaint I have is that the bed I had was a very thin mattress top and you could feel the springs underneath. I spent 2 nights and I'm still sore today after sleeping in my own bed.

I could not use the AC unit in my room, 418, due to the overwhelming mold odor coming from the unit when the fan was on. For anyone with mold allergies, this could be a health hazard. Avoid room 418 and check your room AC unit prior to accepting a room. Otherwise a very clean, pleasant hotel.

I stay here every year for NASCAR weekend, the maintenance on this hotel is excellent!!the hotel is spotless and the staff are very professional and friendly. Great variety at the continental breakfast. Lots of restaurants in the area already booked for NASCAR 2017

Best Western had a wonderful continental breakfast. There was an assortment of hot and cold choices. Oatmeal with fresh fruit toppings, eggs/bacon, toast, waffles, pastries and cereal. Everything was replaced and cleaned frequently. There was truly something for everyone! I also liked the location which was walking distance to shops and movie theater. There was even a farmers market on the weekend.

The breakfast wasn't just an ordinary continental breakfast, there was actually a variety of many different breakfast items to choose from. The room was clean but the bed is horribly firm. After some time sleeping in the beds, you do eventually get used to the firmness but the first night was torture. The staff was friendly and helpful although there were a few members who seemed quite clueless about some of their rules and protocol. It was also located by many different restaurants and activities so we had something to do every night.

We were in town road tripping around Florida and the Everglades and stayed here for about $120. Clean and lovely hotel-I expected a less nice stay for the price I paid. Bed was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was fine. This is located nicely for visiting the Everglades!!

Good things: - Good breakfast with good selection of food. A large seating area so you can actually find a table on the weekend. - The hotel is located off the main street, in a quiet location (no road noise) - Nice and helpful staff. Nice people staying there. - Nice large pool (I didn't use it). Other considerations: - The price is low because this hotel is in the suburbs, not near the beach action. - The hotel is in a mall area, and traffic is horrible, especially on the weekend. - Far from FLL and MIA. Note that in the morning, traffic between Kendall and MIA is real bad. The front desk girl recommends 1.5 hours to MIA in the morning. 40 minutes (without traffic) to FLL.

I mostly stay in this hotel when visiting the Miami area. I have been staying here since it first opened maybe 2 stags a year depending. Never had a prob with check in or out and the staff at the front desk is helpful. The upkeep has been good and the rooms are still very nice and comfy. Great down South location and many businesses are around and places to eat. Right across the road is a movie theater and book store as well as places to shop and eat. The full breakfast offers a lot of options from cereal to eggs, sausage and fresh waffles you can make yourself. They sometimes lay out cookies and fruit in the evening in the dinning area. Some reviews I have seen say it is noisy but in my room, I never hear the highway noises at all. Drawbacks, can be location because of lack of parking close to the hotel if you get in later at night. Parking lot not as accomdating around the building itself if you wish to park real close to any of the exterior doors. I think for such a high traffic area, the price could be a lil cheaper. On average, I pay 120+ and up a night. A lil steep to me but I guess the full breakfast makes up for it.

When we arrived they informed us they had a record of our reservation through Best Western and our BW rewards program but through some glitch the hotel itself did not have our reservation, and therefore did not have a room for us! At least they realized their responsibility to us because of the reservation and did eventually give us a room, but instead of a 2 queen room for 3 people they gave us a King room which was not as accommodating or comfortable, as one of us was forced to sleep on a very uncomfortable fold out couch!!! Then we were short on pillows but when we called the desk they said that they were all out and did not have any extras! Aimee at the desk was nice and tried to be helpful, but I it took over an hour to finally get us a room we could move in to. I think they felt they were off the hook for making it up to us because they put us in a room that would have cost more, but it was NOT a room that suited our needs so we didn't care that it was a more expensive room for no extra charge. I feel we should have been given a partial refund for our trouble since it was their mistake or they should have provided us with accommodations that included an actual bed for each person. It was a nice hotel but it sure left a bad taste! How good is a guaranteed and confirmed reservation if there is no room there when you arrive?

This hotel is clean, friendly, quite and near shopping and doctors' offices. The price is affordable and parking and breakfast is included. The hotel is not suitable, in my opinion, for a stay without your own means of transportation. Probably taxi service is easily gotten but I don't know for sure since I drive my own car when I stay here. In other words, it is handy to malls, restaurants and hospital facilities but not within walking distance. It is located just off a busy 4 lane street but the hotel itself is secluded and quiet. I enjoy the Barnes and The breakfast is in a self-service style and is adequate though nothing to rave about.

Excellent accommodations, clean and comfortable and a great rate. The breakfast buffet offers many excellent choices. Rooms are well lit, clean, with amazingly soft sheets and lots of pillows. The pool and deck are clean and well maintained. I'll certainly stay here again.

The Best Western Kendall is an exceptional value. The location is Kendall is great with access to major roads and places including the Baptist Medical Centers. The staff is pleasant and willing to helpful. The full breakfast is fresh and well presented with more than adequate staff in attendance.

Front Desk and Housekeeping staff were excellent (caring and efficient), and the clean, aesthetically-pleasing decor (plus hot breakfast every day included) made this one of the best hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone we know that's headed to Miami.

The hotel is located in a good location. Very accessible to any service stores , malls, main street and highways. The hotel itself is very clean, tidy in the interior as well as outside. Safety is main concern in our trip. No doubt, this hotel provides you security, safe place and peaceful moment while you are staying. Again awesome place place to stay!

After searching a while online for an affordable yet 3 or 4 star hotel, we were fortunate to find this location. We were very pleased with our room and beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Hallway noise could be heard occasionally and shutting of room doors, however that was the only complaint. A complete hot breakfast was served in a very attractive and large serving area and coffee and tea and fresh fruit were always available. Would have liked to stay longer than the two days we had booked for our getaway weekend.

We chose this hotel because of the location. It was ideally situated to get to the cruise terminal in Miami. We arrived early and we were allocated a room straight away. We were even offered breakfast on the day of our arrival.

First time at a Best Western and extremely satisfied. Check in prompt, efficient and friendly, room clean and spacious. Facilities nicely upgraded. Hotel has bar service but no room service. Bartender , Luis was extremely accomadateing and friendly. Will definitely stay here again as I am a frequent traveler for business

We were not intending on staying here originally, but found it - and a 2-bed room was available - at the last minute after leaving an unsafe and unacceptable room in Florida City, and after a 1-night stay at a nearby hotel that was too expensive for our budget. So thank you Best Western! I thought the hotel and décor was fine, although the person I was travelling with thought everything seemed quite outdated. It was comfortable, safe, and convenient to lots of shopping, restaurants, and roadways. The hot tub seemed dirty, though, but we did enjoy it for a quick soak. In general, I was pleased with our stay but I do have two notes for people staying here in the future: 1)there is SO MUCH TRAFFIC in this area. It took us about 45 minutes to go 5 miles on the main road near this hotel. Be prepared. 2)There seems to be a lack of parking in this hotel lot. We had to park off to the side/back and it seemed quite far from the actual hotel front doors. Not a huge problem, but slightly annoying. The price was pretty fair, although I do prefer to spend a little less.... but this was near where we wanted to be, it was safe, and convenient, and less expensive than other hotels nearby.

The hotel was good and the breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Lighting in the parking lot was poor, which presents a security issue for single travelers. My card key deactivated twice, which was rather annoying. The air conditioning needs to be serviced or upgraded. Even in January, it is warm in Miami. The air was not sufficient. The location was excellent. Very close to the venue and lots of amenities within walking distance. I highly recommend the Moonlite Diner across the street. The Mahi-mahi fish tacos are superb and service was good.

Avoid this hotel if you can. Facilities are dated and border line clean. Service attitude is not adequate, excepto for very few exceptions. The facilities and rooms are dated. Basically zero healthy choices for breakfast.

Due to terrible weather we decided to travel direct to this hotel from Jupiter and thus arrived at 11.30 am. We expected to be too early to check in but were delighted that this was no problem.Room was clean,large and comfortable. Wi-fi was good. The hotel has plentiful parking and is well located near shops and restaurants.The choice for breakfast was probably the best I have ever had for free in this type of hotel.I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is dated in its decor, amenities, and overall. Personnel is below average in terms of customer service, with only a few exceptions. Breakfast lacks healthy options. WE picked this hotel because its location for what we needed, but would not stay here again if I can avoid it.

We decided to drive up a day early because we were concerned about our early morning flight. Sight unseen and a phone call and this Hotel was just right! Very clean very nice staff, very clean pool and jacuzzi. The area of the hotel is terrific, walking distance to nice shops, great movie theatre and Barnes & Nobles, and a few restaurant choices. Would highly Recommend this hotel.

Another pleasant stay at Best Western in Kendall, Florida. We will be back soon! The staff now treats us as family accommodating our needs and requests to make our stay smooth, fun and enjoyable! The breakfast is always good and well attended with families and groups traveling together. A bonus is a fun Diner across the street with wonderful deserts nd a B & N just down the street if you have some leisure time to read and relax.

Recommend anyone to come and stay. Reception is excellent especially if you meet Ms. Lynette @ reception desk who is very helpful. Room are clean and breakfast is excellent. Parking is no problem. Shopping , Dinning all around just a walk away. Cinemas next door if you want to catch a Movie. Recommend for everyone.

It is so great to be welcomed by friendly staff and know that everything is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bed was heavenly and I love that they put clean duvet covers on for each new guest! It always feels like we are the first ones in the room. This visit they offered express chec-out which is new since we were here last. We are diamond Rewards members so they gave us an upgrade to a suite-which was a welcome surprise after a long drive. They are really close to so many shopping areas and restaurants that I can see why they are so busy. We come to Kendall to visit family so don't normally shop locally or take advantage of all that the hotel offers. One other thing I love about this hotel is the water pressure is great-much better than at home so I take a deliciously long hot shower! We will be back in June as we have a reunion to attend-we will see you again!!!

Well appointed hotel for getting to hospital, for shopping, helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Very quiet, good service. Easy access to and from airport. would recomment to any of my friends having to go to Miami particularly for medical treatment.

This is my 3rd trip here for work and I am happy I found it. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great shopping and restaurants near by just across the street. Parking is close the building and well lit. Free breakfast and wifi are a plus.

When visiting family in Kendall, Florida we always select this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and it's a good value for the area. We plan on staying at this location once each of the months of December, January, March, April and May. I great location for our family visits to the Kendall and Miami area!

The hotel was great but the bed was even better. Perfect firmness, perfect linens. Just wonderful. Very convenient to Miami/Miami beach. there was a great diner accross the street that we went to twice.

The worse thing that can happen in a work trip is that after a 16 hour working day you have to check in 2 times in a hotel because the first room the hotel choose for you the previous guess smoke in the room and it smelled like an ashtray. So after logging up my luggage and computer to the room I had to make the trip back to the lobby to encounter a no so friendly staff that it seem it was my problem that the room stunk.

Lovely pool. Friendly staff. Great internet and comfy beds!!! Lots of restaurants close by as well. Great option for Kendall. Lobby was quite nice and spacious with a very nice breakfast. Feels very Latino and not much English in the breakfast room...lovely folks regardless.

Awesome location and amenities. We went for Miami Carnival and was close enough to drive to South beach, get some beach time, night life and of course, enjoy the Carnival. We would definitely stay at this location again - it's near a mall, an all night Diner and the Florida turnpike.

Affordable and extremely polite staff!!!! On arrival the staff were very polite. One staff member was amazing. He drove the shuttle to and from the Miami Carnival grounds and made sure that I didn't get lost when it was time to return beck the hotel. Very polite and extremely patient. Thank You Mario.

When I travel I usually stay at a 4 or 5 star hotel because I like the convenience of room service and the high rating will usually guarantee that the room is comfortable and clean. There isn't much to choose from In Kendall and it was the only place I could find in the area at last minute that had a great review so I booked it. I wasn't disappointed at all. I booked a junior suite, and the room was super clean. Nothing fancy but not outdated either. Just normal white crisp linens and normal hotel furniture but it was nice. The bed was comfortable and they serve breakfast in the morning until 10am. Nothing fancy either but at least I got my hot coffee and croissant.

Having stayed at your hotel made our visit to Miami more enjoyable because it is located near the highway towards Key West, and the route 4 or 41 to Naples. It was near the wedding, and family residences. The beach was not too far away.

I booked a room 3 separate times at the Best Western Plus Kendall Hotel at 8560 SW 124TH AVENUE, Miami, FL 33183. A family member has been in the ICU at the area hospital. My husband and I have been traveling from Kissimmee, FL to Miami in order to help monitor their care. The dates of my visits are: 9/6, 9/12, and 9/26. Each visit I have had a problem with the shower draining. No one likes to take a shower standing ankle deep in water. On my first visit, it was late in the evening when I realized the problem with the shower drain. After spending the day in ICU, I was beyond tired. I decided to not to ask for another room and mention the problem to the front desk in the morning. On the second visit, I learned at check-in that the hotel offers a hospital visitor discount. Unfortunately, I was told by the front desk agent that they could not give me that rate because I booked my reservation online. I accepted this excuse and said I would call directly for my reservation next time. This same visit, the room I was given also had a non-draining shower. Once again, I explained the situation to the front desk agent the next morning. They agreed to discount my stay by 20%. Since the front desk agent was helpful on my second visit, I decided to try another stay at your hotel. This third visit, I checked the shower drain before getting settled into the room. Right away I knew I had to ask for an alternate room. The new room I was given had the same problem with the drain. I was not willing to drag my bags back down to the front desk, only to be given another unsatisfactory room.

Stayed here while visting my family in Kendall. Great hotel and excellent staff. The room was extremely clean. It's located near shopping malls and restaurants. Very safe neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, right across from a movie theatre and five restaurants to choose from! Great Staff and very hepful! Hidden Gem in the kendall area. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if needed to.

This is one of the top Best Western hotels I've ever visited. The rooms are large and clean. The hotel staff was nice during check-in and baked fresh cookies for guests! As we walked in the hotel they made us aware of them while they were still warm, yum! The hotel is also a good driving distance from the airport and is right next to a fantastic diner which does $3 shakes that taste amazing!

I stayed here for 4 night on a business trip and I felt like I was at home. The staff (every single one) is so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was expansive and delicious every morning - and selections were different every day so you didn't get bored with it. Hot omelettes and savory home fries, waffle station, fresh fruit, hot oatmeal, and a variety of coffees and teas all day. The rooms were very clean and the bed was so comfy! Close by within walking distance are numerous restaurants- both quick and full serve- like Bahama Breeze, Macaroni Grill, and On the Border, and a diner. There's also a Barnes & Noble and a Chuck E Cheese next door. I will be staying here again and again....
