Best Western Premier Energy Corridor

Service was terrible manager Ariel is rude and house keeping are rude and barely provide service . They never had any towels available only pool towels to shower with. Smell from mildew on second floor

Our stay was short only two nights, but fresh towels were not available during our stay. Everytime we asked we were told that they had none. Front desk staff was rude and yelled across the lobby at me to not use a particular door to go to the pool, even though my key card worked on the door. Breakfast was not well stocked and there was never a meat option, first time I have ever experienced this. Also there is no daily housekeeping and they don't let you know this until you check in.

We stayed at this hotel because it had been recommended by a friend. We were there for eight (8) full days, March 7, through March 15, 2024.. We encountered numerous issues that were unacceptable from the beginning of our stay. The bathtub drain was clogged and extremely slow in draining. While taking a shower we were standing in a couple of feet of nasty water. This was reported on day one to the front desk several times. I had to make a trip to the front desk and express my dissatisfaction before a maintenance person was finally sent to the room on day four (4) to fix the issue. The hotel had a power outage on Wednesday March 13, 2024. It appears that the hotel's generator also failed after an hour, rendering the hotel rooms and hallways completely dark. We had to walk up to the third floor in the dark using our cell phone lights. The hotel only cleaned our room one time during our eight day stay. They cleaned the room on Monday, March 11th, five days after check-in. I was told that the cleaning crew missed our room cleaning as we were not on the list of rooms to be cleaned. We had to place our dirty towels and garbage outside of the room into the hallway on at least three occasions to prevent the trash from stinking of food and dirty diapers. The hotel indicated they had a shortage of towels. Whenever we requested clean towels we had to wait. We were told that the towels were being washed and dried and they would be brought to our room or we could return to the front desk to pick them up. The hotel's guest laundry facilities (washers and dryers) on all three floors had a sign on them that said "Out of Order". We had to take our laundry to the laundromat. On a good note the hotel's front desk staff were apologetic and appeared concerned but could not offer any solutions. The manager was never available. We were not offered any compensation for this inconvenience and health concerns. This hotel stay ruined our family vacation during spring break.

Great room, tremendous bed, but the hotel breakfast, open until 9, was completely out of everything except potatoes and one bagel by 8, and was never restocked. And I checked back regularly. That was not acceptable. At 8:45 the person tending the room said there would be no more restocking because there were only 15 minutes left, but that does not explain the prior 45 minutes.

Hotel staff were very friendly , breakfast bar was outstanding , The hotel was very clean and parking was adaquit. Did not experience any problems at this hotel . Showers had plenty of hot water and the beds were very comfortable.

We were bitten by bugs that were in the bed. The front desk transferred us to another room that was dirty (food on the floor)and the tv was broken. We decided to just leave the facility around midnight and drive 2 hours to get home instead of staying in a place that had bugs and was unsanitary. After requesting a refund i was told by the hotel that they did an inspection and there were no bed bugs found so we would not receive a refund. I have pictures of whatever type of bug running around in the bed and one was on the pillow case. Also pics of how my husband and i were bitten by the bugs and now have painful welps on our bodies. Sent all of that to the hotel and they still refused to refund $109. Its really sad. We've stayed at this hotel 3 times before and loved it, this is why I came back this time but this location has declined quickly.

We went to Houston Museum of Natural Science with my 8,7,4 grandchildren and we stay in Best Wester Premiere, we love the room, the cleanest, spacious and clean towels. Don't forget the breakfast included.

EV chargers, free wifi, pool, hot tub, and CLEAN! Staff was amazing with answering questions and helping with amenities. I had free breakfast via priceline and at a great price; however, breakfast options were a bit basic.

Had the best getaway. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel had a professional, elegant vibe. Would definitely stay and recommend to stay here. Free breakfast with a big variety. Something for everyones diet.

clean room y very appreciate that.. my ac didn't work so I got moved to another room without problems, my only issue was that they don't take late checkouts. i was traveling so i check in at 1:30am i want to sleep a little bit longer but apparently they don't accept that

Ive stayed at this hotel on several different occasions, the reason being the comforts they provided as they are a Premier hotel. On this stay however the hotel seemed to be missing its personality as well as captivating smell when you enter its doors. On this trip the plush environment seemed rather dry.

Great location with several dining options within walking distance. The hotel offered amenities that are usually associated with larger more expensive hotel brands. The staff was attentive and the rooms were clean and large.

The towels were not readily available, the clerk was not at the desk at all times. The amenities, at some hotels the bar and snacks are free this hotel charged for everything. Breakfast could have been better.

This looks like an upscale hotel. Due to it being one of the only hotels in the area accepting our pet, we took a chance on best western because the photos and amenities were fabulous. It absolutely has potential to be an upscale hotel! Due to the rude staff behavior and management it is definitely a low class hotel to say the least! Everyone there doesn't want to be bothered and only cares to do the minimum if that! So sad it's such a waste!

I had a good trip at hotel it was easy to get around I was close to where I needed to go unerring was fast they were nice to the guests Food was excellent. They have laundry, their candies, snacks, overall good

My family and I have stayed in some nice upscale hotels. I can honestly say this was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in and didn't have an odor when opening the door. The only problem we had was the pool not being open and they opened it the next day to please is

Pool promenade w/ no expectation of being repaired. Staff said it's been broken for awhile and no idea of when it would be repaired. It's a nice looking area completely locked from use. Other than pool it's a nice hotel but walks are a bit thin, from noise. Good hot breakfast.

No bed cover for the sofa bed so had to sleep with no cover on the sofa because the front desk said they ran out of sheet, blankets, and pillows. The pool was closed for cleaning the water was green. Smh

When you travel you look for comfort, convenience, and overall peace. When I say that Katy, Texas owes us nothing it was just that a good time. Now for this property. The accommodations were superb. The star of the show was Keith. Hold on did I mention management led by Keith. This is one of the sweetest people that I have ever met. He was very knowledgeable of the area and was able to point us in the direction of restaurants and entertainment for the NYE weekend. The staff on hand was also very polite and helpful when asked about different local eateries off the beat and path. All in all I recommend this location if you're in the area. SNT from Georgia

This hotel is just okay. It could be great but is hampered by a few glaring problems. The good things include clean and modern lobby and hallway, large gym, spacious rooms, comfortable mattress that isn't saggy, and clean rooms when you first check in. The biggest thing that bothered me is their once a week housekeeping, which is atrocious in my opinion, since covid isn't even a problem anymore. Why do they expect their customers to be happy wallowing in their filth for 3/4/5 days before housekeeping comes along? It's ridiculous. Of course, the garbage cans they provide are small as hell and fill up quickly, so you have to walk your garbage to a garbage can outside the hotel, which you shouldn't have to do in a hotel. The breakfast is also not so great in that they offer scrambled eggs and flavorless dry or undercooked potatoes every morning. It would be nice to have a cheese omelet. And then finally, they don't have any soft pillows for stomach sleepers,which also bothered me.

My wife and kids wanted another stay cation and this place was the best. She loved the the large hottub. The room was spacious. My kids loved this hotel will definitely come here again. The staff was great and the price was reasonable.

The hotel was very clean, airy. A nice and big room was provided to me. But not so impressed with the breakfast menu. I do eat cereals, pancake or waffles but I always want protein and carbs in the morning. Their menu of potatoes, scrambled eggs and pork sausage has not changed in the 4 mornings I was there. With regards to the fruits, 2 days of apples, 1 day of banana and on the 4th day more choices.

The very rude Management barged into our room at around 10pm at night demanding that we leave because she has accused us of a pet. I allowed her to come in and search she looked under a blanket in the bed where my half dressed 13 yo daughter was laying and she found no pet. I was then charged an extra $300 for a pet I did not have. I am very disappointed

I have been in Katy on Business and have been fortunate to stay at this Best Western for several weeks. It is fairly new and so clean, the best beds. I Love the large rooms and fridge and coffee maker in the room. There is also a laundry mat available. I really appreciate the help of Keith Foytik who has been the best front desk person to work with. He and the whole staff are amazing making all my stays so relaxing and enjoyable.

From reservation to check out, this hotel hit all the right spots. Product and service met the expectation and was a great value. We came to Houston for a medical consult and found a new place to stay when we come back to visit.

This was the best hotel I've stayed at. Very large room and clean and had great amenities and atmosphere. The staff was very pleasant and kind and courteous. I would definitely definitely stay here again.

I traveled to Houston with my daughter and stayed with them in August for 6 days. And was truly impressed with the location and architecture of the building. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. my room was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. I enjoyed all of the amenities, like the hot breakfast, the pool and gym. Overall it was a really great experience and I will definitely book this hotel again.

This hotel has been the best hotel we've stayed at in Texas. Everything was above out expectations from the friendliness of staff to the cleanliness. It is very modern which I also absolutely loved! My family and I enjoyed using the amenities such as the pool and gym. We will be staying here next time we come to Katy!

The staff acted like they did not want to be bothered. They refused to give two keys and they refused us a late checkout. The room was clean, but I hated the location. Breakfast was not the best, but it was okay.

Really excellent facility! It had a luxurious feel all around. Staff was great, not much noise regardless of many children being around, SUPER comfy beds and pillows, & great shower. We really loved this hotel and would recommend it to anyone..

I really had a bad vibe from the time of checking in, many things were no longer available at the hotel, even drinking water, courtesy of acknowledgment of being a reward member was not done. That was a bad vibe for me. Wanted to check out immediately from my experience with front desk, I was told i will be charged. I had to stay. No more omelet for breakfast but the dining areas till has its glory intact, very clean.

I rented the room for two nights. I am not from Houston and wanted to visit family. I tried to check in after paying $200 for the room at 2:45 am on Saturday morning. The front desk clerk was extremely rude and did not want to give me a key to my room. The reason being the computer was down. I waited for an hour to no avail. Extremely tired as a military vet with ptsd and a senior citizen mother I decided to leave not wanting to wait another hour. The motel did not want to issue me a refund after speaking to another rude lady that works at the motel. I lost my $200. It was said because their were other families with small children in the same boat. Apparently the motel staff is not smart enough to fill out paper work in black and white and check in guest regardless until the computer is working. Instead they solely rely on the computer and burden their guest with this issue. I would rather stay at a motel 6 for the same price in which they have never given me problems and no other motels with this excuse. It's ridiculous don't stay here when Houston has many other motels to offer.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was nice and clean and updated for a reasonable price. The pool and jacuzzi was also clean and updated and family friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Dirty rooms not the worth the price paid for it. The manager is racist and definitely don't know how to deal with her customers. She should be fired. The housekeeping is only there to get a paycheck and nothing else. Take my advice and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

The staff was very helpful. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was good except there was no fresh fruit. Everything else was very filling and enjoyable. The poolside was very pleasurable.

Actually I had a terrible experience. I had a very long trip, my connection cancelled and I ended up spending all night at the airport, I didn't sleep all night, I pulled into the hotel to check in around 11am and the lady at the front desk told me check in was at 3pm I explained the situation and she said she would try to help me with the timing. I waited and waited and waited in the lobby, at 1 pm I asked how it was going and she said soon. At 2pm I asked if they had made any progress and a young lady Brianna answers check in is at 3 PM I was really shocked, I couldn't believe they let me just sit in the lobby with no cooperation.

A hidden gem of a hotel. Food excellent rooms large and staff very helpful. Close to Houston so ideal for sight seeing. Breakfasts are excellent and included in the room price. Close to many restaurants and shopping. I can highly recommend and will stay again next time we are in Houston

This property is the most comfortable, cleanest, and the most convenient location for our needs, that we have stayed at in the Katy area. The entire staff was welcoming and professional, and the property was well lit at night, adding to our level of comfort. The cleanliness of the entire property (all public areas and our room) was a comfort, especially since we continue to deal with a global pandemic.

The room was dirty (trash on floor and dirty surfaces all over) I reported the problem and was hoping they send someone to clean but they didn't. I was informed that there's no room service available (I stayed 4 nighs). I was attending my clinicals in Katy and was busy to look for other options. I don't think I'll go back to the same hotel again.

Huge rooms and bathroom. Room was clean. Linens were clean and soft. Design is warm and modern - not outdated and feeling questionably clean because of age. Smaller property - only 90-something rooms - so it's quiet and comfortable. Has a full gym, pool, lounge, bar, and business center. Everything you could want for business trip or leisure. Staff is very polite and professional. Highly recommend and will return.

We went sightseeing in Tx after visiting family and stopped at this hotel and it had everything you would want in a hotel. It was the best one we stayed in on our trip out of six hotels we stayed in. I questioned the hostess if there were any more Premier Best Westerns because I wanted to stay in one again. They are the best!

This is our go to favorite stay, close to the stores and family, never had any issues over all the years we have come. Hotel acclimated us well even through the covid time. Just came in from our vacation from Colorado (where we also stayed in a bestwestern over an extended amount of time), exhausted and ready to rest as a stop over on our way home 4hours away. Got ready to shower only to discover no towels, now I assumed that when people check out, the room is cleaned and restocked after 11am before the 4pm checkin, did nobody notice this. To my shock, it wasn't an isolated incident, I was in a line of people asking the same question, “where are the towels”, not to mention the people checking in “are we going have towels?” For $182 room, towels are just a must. And the response of “I already called the manager 3hrs ago, I haven't heard back, I can't do laundry and run the front, I've done all I can do.” This is at 8pm at night, and her response of if I have a chance to do laundry then I will provide you with h some. Mind you “IF”, well after an over 10hr drive from another state, I didn't want to be disturbed or be waiting on the possibility of towels, so my husband was forced to have to go back out and purchase towels.

The room was very nice, clean and spacious. We were amazed when we walked in. Nice coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The bed was great. The value is very much worth it. Very good breakfast. We are looking forward to staying here again soon.

I have stayed here multiple times, but will never stay again. First they don't clean the rooms throughly. Dirty sheets, counters and toilets. Their front desk is extremely rude and argumentative.. especially the Chinese lady. They require a $25 incidental charge and their system don't accept all cards. Many people are traveling and shouldn't have to go back and forward with the front desk... I will NEVER stay again

Lot's of parking. Large updated property. Staff friendly and helpful. Coffee in lobby and restaurant/lounge to hang out. There's a staffed bar onsite. Rooms modern and clean. Nice pool and hot tub outside. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

My expectations for this hotel were met, and they were pretty high. We arrived, it was beautiful inside and out. The woman at the front desk didn't speak too clearly/loud, so that was a problem but that wasn't the biggest problem. The biggest problem was the fact that when we got there (it was paid for already) we were told there was a deposit… after the fact that we paid for it and arrived already. Why were we not told that there was a deposit?? Went from $85 to $110. Anyway- we continued on. Got our card and went up. Better than expected, very comfy and fancy.

This hotel was GORGEOUS. We are for sure coming back when it warms up to enjoy the pool area that is so beautiful. The room was HUGE and the location was in such close proximity to everything! The staff was very friendly and the rooms were such high quality.

Our stay started with a very long checkin time with a staff member who seemed to be new and didn't know what was going on. She stopped every two minutes to go to the back to ask the supervisor questions. One of the questions was if we can check out at 3 p.m. We were told yes but then later denied. Fast forward to getting in the room there was a dirty shower with hair everywhere, dirty toilet with skid marks, hair throughout the bedding of my bed, and ants crawling everywhere in the bathroom. My sister also had ants in her room. Furthermore the heating system did not work. I made the complaint of all of this and was told to move to another room which my mom and I refused because we had a million bags and did not prefer to move. I also cleaned the room myself. I however was told that someone would come and fix the heating system but no one ever came. To top it all off the jacuzzi was filthy with dirt in the bottom and more ants! I asked for a refund by the supervisor and was told no with no appology. In what world is it okay to not tru to accommodate a paying guest for a terrible stay at a hotel? Bad customer service! Do not stay here. You've been warned.

Very clean and good breakfast comfortable bed and excellent service sure will come back again and recommend this place for anyone who wants a comfortable stay with a quiet atmosphere and great helpful stuff

While this Best Western is close to many restaurants and just off the interstate, it does seem newer but the lack of housekeeping services is unacceptable. I understand during these pandemic times all industries are hurting and it's hard to find people willing to work these days. But there should be a disclaimer at check in if not on their website during reservations stating that during these times the housekeeping services are not guaranteed. 4 days stay and no cleaning. Finally one day we had to change our sheets (they did offer us some when we asked) and make our beds. We had to take out the trash daily as well. Might as well stay at an airbnb next time, Called ahead to ask about pool being open and heated and they said yes. Lie about the pool being heated. Even though it was 83F in December, the water was very cold for my kids and myself. Hot tub was ok but water didn't seem as clear as the pool, so that was a let down! I'm taking my business elsewhere because really, if you don't have housekeeping staff then you shouldn't even be open and charging that much for the rooms. Rather pay more and go to a better hitel chain where this would be unacceptable practice.

We stayed for one night at this hotel on our way to San Antonio. This hotel was clean and nice. We had a king room and it was very spacious. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. It is located in a nice area with many restaurants and stores nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick Trip to Houston, great price, decor, front desk staff member was professional, Location, amenities and Breakfast included hot selections like eggs, potatoes, sausage and waffles. Rooms were clean and huge... The price was great for the quality. The hotel was clean room and bed were both comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

The staff is very nice and welcoming and the rooms are clean and very spacious! We will definitely be staying here in the future! The location is conveniently located near lots of restaurants and stores! The breakfast was also enjoyable; Wished we could've stayed a little longer

The hotel was a great value for the money. It was clean, comfortable, and well managed! Thanks for the 5 star service, even when the elevator was down. The service in the breakfast area was also great. The host wrapped up our plates to make it easier to carry the food upstairs since the elevator was out of order. The front staff worked to keep us on the lower level floors due to the elevator issues.

This hotel was the best hotel to go on work or visiting family if you want to save money but to enjoy a great experience! I loved it and of course, the next time on Katy I already know where to arrive

We stayed at this hotel because we were in town to attend a family funeral service. Room was clean and staff was extremely kind and attentive. We will continue to stay at this hotel in the future..it was a very pleasant experience.

Excellent value for the quality of accommodations. Suburban location with shopping conveniently nearby. Kuerig coffee pot. Decent Internet. Comfortable seating in room, bright led lighting. Nice people working here. Decent breakfast with limited hot options. Clean, quiet, restored my faith in BW. We had two issues, one is with BW gift cards - they need to find a new system as they require the check in clerk to manually enter the numbers, it took days, yes days, to straighten out the bill. The other issue was this was a holiday stay and I wish they had informed up there would be no maid service. The four stars reflects the amount of time it took to correct my bill. It would have been a star review otherwise.

We stayed for 4 nights and didn't get our room cleaned not once even after asking them. We were supposed to get our room clean twice during our stay and they acknowledged that but still did not do it. The only person helpful was the guy at the front desk during the night. He gave us clean towels and sheets because the cleaning people never came to our room

This was absolutely one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The hotel is extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet at night. We will definitely stay there again.

For a hotel with two-digit price tag, this one is truely amazing. It is new, clean and cozy and I feel like I am living in a brand new aparment. Also, I have to mention Staff Elishia is super super responsive and professional, she greeted us and provide two bottles of water after seeing my platinum status of Best Western Rewards (something I have never experienced in other best western hotels in the US)

Took my mother to Houston for treatment at MD Anderson, stayed a couple of noights here. Great staff, all were invested in making the stay good, all were considerate. Other family commented on how above and beyyond friendly these folks were. Would highly recommend the plalce due to the people, and the nfacility is nice, too.

The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. All of this was on top of a beautiful facility and clean facility. The room was spacious, clean and looked great. I appreciated the breakfast had both self service plus a server for the hot entrees. I will be coming back.

Came here to stay for a night for a last minute booking. The price was very reasonable for the quality. From the front desk to the room, my stay was great! Rooms are beautiful and very comfy and the front desk attendant ensured I got a room that worked best for me. Breakfast the next morning was better than others hotels I have stayed at since COVID. I would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities! Beds were very comfortable - wish I could have extended my stay. Only issue I had was I misunderstood the breakfast time and did not get to take advantage of it. This my my mistake, not the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone. It is well lit, safe, beautiful and overall I had a great experience.

This is a very nice place with excellent service and wonderful rooms. Very clean and well worth the money will definitely stay again while in this location. Rooms were very updated and super nice. Priced reasonably and located in a location with lots of food, drinks and shopping surrounding.

I rented 2 rooms for a weekend for my daughter and a couple of her friends for her birthday. The rooms were so nice! Very spacious, comfortable beds, pullout bed/couch…just very nice. The price was also affordable and I received $50.00 back. I would definitely recommend this hotel

I can't stress enough on how clean this hotel is. Not only is it clean but it's well decorated. The breakfast lady that attended us for 4 days was so nice and easy to talk to. Not only was she burned out from working OT every day but she had stuck joy for being able to work. Awesome experience

First time staying at this hotel and we liked it so much it is nice, clean and quiet perfect location for us, the only thing is the sofa bed was very uncomfortable had to use a few blankets and pillows as padding, breakfast was very good and courteous people at the front desk. We will definitely stay again.

The front desk clerk was adamant we weren't to smoke etc. Our room smelled like marijuana and cigarettes before we opened the door. Our son's asthma was triggered. At breakfast, there were guests without shirts reaching over & into the food. Others loitering outside smoking right before we entered the lobby, trash piled up in front of the elevator & not emptied for two days. Other guests coughing in our faces, some who were ill, during Covid & others yelling LOUDLY all hours of the day and evening in the swimming pool. Yes, many are from New Orleans to escape the hurricane's aftermath but there are still requirements that need to be enforced by the hotel staff. They refused so we checked out & went to another hotel. We will never return to this hotel. There was food behind the headboard, missing phone, stolen pillows, dirty blankets, horrible smiling rooms, but spacious. The last straw was seeing people without clothes dragging their nipples across the breakfast buffet.

I traveled with my family to bring my daughter to college for the first time. Our initial hotel was terrible. So this was a better option, however my room came with a huge red stain in the carpet, a missing smoke detector with visible wires dangling from the ceiling and tiny blonde bugs that bit me and my children in our sleep. We were offered another room that came with its own set of problems. So I opted to choose the lesser of two evils and try not to be so particular. Overlooking the above mentioned, the staff was friendly. I had to request the room to be cleaned and request amenities that should have been given (like soap). I was charged for an additional night because I checked out at 2pm rather than 1 pm. So, it was just ok! I won't be returning though.

We choose this hotel because of it's name and location. We were very disappointed because the air conditioning did not work in our room and we did not notice it until the next morning. By then it was to late and then it was time to check out. I reported it to the manager and all they said was to email the problem to them. We will not be choosing this location ever again.

Best western is what we normally choose for hotel stay . Best western premier is the best . It has a luxury style and very affordable. The staff is great as well. We were greeted by Elishia when we first walked in and she was very warm and welcoming. A young man that was getting breakfast ready went out of his way to make our breakfast experience wonderful. Every time I am in the Houston area to choose this hotel. The pool area is amazing as well.

I needed a place that was quiet and private for a recent project that I had due away from all of the distractions of home. This was the perfect spot! My room was large and clean, well decorated and everyone I encountered was friendly and caring. I would definitely come back here the next time I need a "staycation" from home distractions.

Good hotel sure, I enjoyed the time there. Everything was within my expectation. I definitely recommend it to my friends and family members. I will use Best Western hotel when I visit Houston/ Katy again.

Keanna was the best. Very nice and extremely professional ,she gave great recommendations for places to eat in Louisiana. The rooms were nice,bathrooms very clean! Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

I've got a room in the first floor, there was a second access to the hotel next to my room, the sound of the door opening and closing all night long couldn't let me sleep. The sound between the rooms is really bad I could hear the guests of the next room talking during the night. The security boxes were closed couldn't open them. The pool completely full. The breakfasts was awful, they literally serve coffe pancakes eggs and potatoes. Not even fruit. Adding that the check in was supposed to be 3 pm and 330 could give us our room. Never going back

The room is pretty clean, however the bathroom toilet was clogged and smelled like puke upon arrival, the sink didn't drain. Lastly the pool was murky. That was the most disappointing part. Not a great hotel. The only plus is the size of the room, and the bed was comfortable.

Very rude, hateful staff. House keeping was absolutely horrible!! Dirty towels!!! Breakfast wasn't any good. Only thing was waffles and cereal. I'd find another hotel to stay at! Don't waste your money here!!!!

We were recently here earlier this month. When we arrived we noticed that the restroom light switch was broken. We didn't think much of it but then we called to request extra towels and an extra blanket. We were told towels were unavailable because they were booked at capacity. Sounds good but I would think they would plan for extra towels even at capacity. We were told we would have a blanket delivered to the room but we never did. Front desk staff was not very friendly when I brought up both issues. We ended up with no blanket and had to sleep with the light on because the switch was never broken. I like the location of this hotel but everything else needs major improvements :(

I arrived with my family for a 5- night stay. On checking in to the room we booked, I noticed the trash can had not been removed from the previous guests' stay. There were q-tips that had been used in the trash bin. The toilet and room had hairs in the shower & walls. I called the front desk and the lady was helpful to give us another room that night. We didn't use it because we had unpacked and settled in before seeing all the dirt. About 2 days into our stay, there was noise coming from the room above ours. It seems there was construction or repair going on in there, and no one informed us prior to this.

This hotel was great - just like the other reviews said it would be. The hotel was clean, the water pressure in the shower was great, and the reception and housekeeping staff were so kind and helpful. Parking and location are convenient. I would definitely stay again next time I'm in Katy.

I paid $179 for the night and the bathroom was not clean. The hotel staff came and took pictures to send to the manager but still charged me the full price. She wiped some of the bathroom down but I cleaned the rest. Most hotels accommodate guests for the inconvenience but they could care less. Definitely was not worth $179. Wish I could upload the pictures.

Love the channel so much its program to the TV so when it's cut on. First thing you see is CNN. Eat breakfast yep you guess it CNN. Got there at 6 and still room wasn't ready. We did get a late stay for free. Hair in the shower. I might give this hotel another chance if they get rid of that CNN crap

The room is nice new feeling. Very large and very clean. Has a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator. Very comfortable with couch and coffee table. The pool area is very inviting. Hot tub was hot and under the shade. Nice for a relaxing drink in the afternoon. Nice padded lounge chairs. The breakfast is limited. Large area but few choices of food items available. We enjoyed our one night and wish we could have stayed.

Premier is the way to go! Bigger suite rooms and comfortable bedding! Love the modern and contemporary decorations! Even new appliances in the room. Simple breakfast due to COVID. Could only imagine what the bar lounge area would be like when post COVID. Location is great, especially walking distance to the major chain restaurants like BJ Brewery, steak houses and etc. I would definitely look into a BW Premier and/or affiliates again in my next hotel stay.

The staff here are all really nice and come across as very sincere. The rooms as well as the establishment is very well kept. Though we didn't use all the amenities, we liked the fact that they had guest laundry, a workout room, meeting facilities. The rooms and baths were nicely appointed. The towels felt luxurious, the rooms were quiet though we were barely a stones throw from the freeway. The location is perfect right off the freeway. Breakfast was a little limited due to covid; so they offered mostly carbs. Would like to provide a shout out to both Jean(sp??) and Bridgette who helped us sort out the issue we had with our free night coupon. Thanks for your patience and welcomed help. We can't wait to come back for another stay.

Hotel ran out of towels, AC was noisy as were the guests overhead, the pool was not in service, and the front desk did not honor requests made upon booking, nor did they email the receipt upon departure. Usually stay at Marriott or Hyatt — that's where I'll return. Saw positive reviews about the property, and thought I'd take a chance. Sorry I did!

first off, the people at the front desk were amazing. They were friendly and helped with everything we needed. the entire weekend was amazing. Room was huge and clean. Whole building was nice! I would def book here again. Y'all did amazing!

The hotel was located in a good area for value . The front desk staff was friendly and warm made everything better , however the room service was not the rooms don't get cleaned often the room still had dirt and trash from previous residents . Also the sink was clogged and after maintenance finished the sink was left a mess .

Spacious rooms, with a sitting area, always very clean. TV is top notch and the refridgerator works great. Plus the room comes with an ice bucket and there is an ice machine right down the hall. Comfortable beds and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. Very nice!

Horrible experience. There is no breakfast. Bathtub was clogged and took 2 days to work on it. Left the bathroom so dirty after service. If you look at pictures you woukd be disgusted. And everythung you say staff will blame covid19

First of all, my rating for this hotel went way up. I've been here going on 3 nights for work around town and the second night I had someone above me stomping around pretty late. This person had children so I waited until after 11 pm before asking them to quiet down. Tonight I had a next door neighbor who was quite loud hollering and playing with small kids as-well. I politely went next door and asked if they wouldn't mind being a bit quieter. The man said sure and closed the door. He wasn't rude, but the yelling and hollering didn't stop. I was frustrated and asked the front desk if I could get out of my reservation in the morning because I still had some nights booked here. The desk clerk and manager said because I was booked through a third party site I wouldn't be able to get out of my reservation, but they offered to move me to the top story where it would be more quiet. This was awesome of them to do. I can't express how much I appreciate this. This hotel is very well kept. It is in very good condition. I may extend my stay here by a few more nights.

Always stay here when visiting the Corp office. The staff is awesome and always remember me. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Plenty of restaurants around. Covid has put a damper on the breakfast and bar, but that is anywhere in the current climate. Only 5-min from office.

The requesting the days you want your room cleaned is a waste of time. I never got my room cleaned my entire stay. I went to the front desk and told the clerk still no housekeeping showed. We had to get clean towels, toilet paper and trash bags from the front desk.

This is without a doubt, the best Best Western we've ever stayed in and we've stayed in our fair share for sure. Very quiet, safe hotel at a great price. Check-in with Alesha (SP?) was great - welcomed with a smile (could tell even behind the mask!), fast, professional and personable. The room was great - large, very clean, and well appointed. Everything worked fine. The Wi-Fi never dropped. Small touches were abundant like plenty of electrical outlets and a charging station with ports for multiple USB and pronged connections. Very comfortable beds and strong A/C. Can only find one little suggestion for change - the pillows were very, very firm and neither my wife nor I could sleep using them. Fortunately, we had carried our own pillows from home so it wasn't a problem, but supplying both firm and soft pillows would give customers a choice. Other than that, everything was great and we will definitely stay here anytime we are in the area.

Stopped over at Houston at middle of our driving trip. Love staying here due to the nice room sizes and good sized refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment. Bathroom amenities well supplied. Breakfast was average but not expecting so much due to the good price of the rooms. Will always come back to this hotel.

Stayed here from february 21th till february 28th to celebrate my 60th birthday :-) When checking in we had a very warm welcome and received a nice goody bag because we were upgraded to VIP-membership ( how- and where can I see that ? ). Very nice styled hotel and our suite ( nr 331 ) was very nice and clean with a very comfy king bed. The breakfast every morning was perfect ( although there was no fresh fruit and pancakes available ) and the made-to-order ommelettes are superb , thanks to Minerva and her crew !!! It was nice talking every morning with Minerva about our plans for the day , give our regards to her ;-) Again : What a nice hotel with a perfect & friendly staff !!! The worst Best Western i visited. My family check inn for this hotel for 3 days, on our 2nd day. I asked the front dest Maneger to have somebody to clean our room.make a follow up cleaning. and she told me she already send message to her phone to clean our room. At 8:00 PM when we arrive at the hotel, our room is still not clean.Our family are very disappointed for we are loyal best western fan. Where tired already when we got to our room smell of garbage bad odor and we still have to do the change of bed sheets,cleaning throwing the trash out and ask some towels and toiletress at the front desk which is not our job. POOR SERVICE OF CLEANING

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. It was the cleanest, most comfortable room I've ever had at a hotel. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay.

From the time we were checked at the front desk by the super-friendly staff person, Jin, we knew we were in for a most pleasant and comfortable stay. And we were. The quietness of the building, the very comfortable beds and clean rooms, the bright lighting in the rooms, the very helpful people who work at the hotel — everywhere we turned we found friendly staff who were there to help with every problem. We must single out Jin for all the special attention she gave to our requests during our stay. This hotel is one of the best we have stayed at in years.

I like the staff and manager Raju so I won't leave a terrible comment. I'll say this the lobby, lounge, fitness center, and pool are beautiful contemporary modern feel upon walk in. Front desk staff is friendly. Minerva at the bar/lounge you must meet, she is awesome a total sweetheart. I've been there previously for a Christmas party, spacious enough for a mid size party (100 or less). The rooms...ok I've been to this location since it first opened, the rooms are spacious but the last 3 times I stayed definitely need perhaps a manager or another housekeeper to double check cleaning. Last visit there was an unknown stain on the wall, and hair in the toilet. Previous visit there was blonde hair stuck to the shower wall. I try not to complain, I'll usually clean it myself. I'm a germaphobe and always carry Clorox wipes. Besides a few housekeeping issues, the hotel is not a 4 or 5 star but definitely has the potential due to staff and decor. Oh breakfast, they may have a new cook, not sure but it's usually very good they even have someone that will make you waffles or omelette per your request. Last visit, breakfast was not good. Funny after taste.If you are visiting for a good night of sleep, request a floor with few guests.

Check in was easy and got a great deal at $87/night. Super clean and large modern rooms. Probably one of the cleanest places I've stayed. Continental breakfast included was amazing. Wish I had longer than 20 minutes to sit and eat but had to get on the road.

Everything we could expect from a BWP...check in was smooth, fast and friendly. Our room was impeccable, bed was super comfortable, slept like a baby a?so very quiet. Everyone was spectacular......these are the things that make you feel good and will come back! My only recommendation is at other BWP hotels "Happy Hour is offered at the bar with reduced drink lrices, would encourage guests to stay. Bartender was wonderful and also super friendly, you tell she loves her job. Ordered the dinner specials...Excellent!

Minerva, the bartender, is absolutely amazing. Her customer service is on par with with any 5 star hotel i have visited. She is hands down the reason i will be visiting the Best western Premier anytime i visit Katy, Tx. If you have a chance, join her for breakfast in the morning. You wont be sorry!

This was the first time we stayed at a BW. We travel to Houston 4-5 times per year and this by far was the best hotel stay we have experienced! The hotel front desk staff: VERY professional, fun and polite. The breakfast: VERY GOOD! We were most impressed with the omelet station, "REAL eggs and was able to get "egg whites" The staff that works the breakfast area/shift treated us like family. They took so much pride in their jobs and made sure we had everything we needed. Christian was an exceptional young man that worked very hard and made us feel at home. Housekeeping: Very friendly, always greeted you in the hallways, asked if you needed anything and worked very hard. The hotel: Was very clean ! Hallways and rooms still smell like they are brand new ( no stale smells at all! ). The rooms/bathroom: VERY spacious!

Great place clean. we had a King bed on 3rd floor very quiet. stayed 2 nights. very comfortable slept well both nights. Minutes to wonderful restaurants and activities. just far enough away from I-10 to keep road noise down. Great HOT breakfast of real eggs, bacon, biscuits n gravy, waffles and also and omelet bar? Coffee awesome. Very friendly staff always eager to help and ask if you need anything and tables were always clean. Will stay again.

Stayed at this Best Western for 2 nights, while in Houston on business. I must say, Best Western has come a long way in the last ten to 15 years! The hotel and room decor were bright and airy. The room was very spacious and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was very nice with a walk-in glass shower and more spacious than bathrooms at hotels in the same class. Above all, the price was extremely reasonable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Houston.

We checked in for 2 weeks....the front desk staff was very welcoming and professional. The entire hotel is very clean and smells fresh. The breakfast was okay...we loved that you could get fresh omelettes with fillings of your choice. The only complaints I have is that housekeeping wasn't up to scratch at all.....linen wasn't changed regularly despite a 2 week stay, and when we finally asked for linen change, the housekeeping staff changed the linen, but left the dirty linen in the room, didn't take out the garbage, did not leave any toilet paper in the suite despite the fact that we had run out, left dirty towels on the bathroom floor, and failed to replenish the tea/coffee pods. When I went to the front desk to let her know, she didn't seem concerned at all, and could have apologised but just handed us one tissue paper and said she'd let housekeeping know. In a lovely hotel such as this, the management could do better to ensure that the housekeeping staff are being thorough with their duties. An excellent strategy could be to leave a housekeeping comment/complaint card in each suite upon completion of housekeeping so the guests can leave comments on these cards and drop off into a comments/complaints box that the manager on duty reviews.

For the price, it's nice and clean. Room is big and friendly staff. Would recommend it. Also comes with free breakfast in the morning. It's not the best but can't complain for the price. Location is not bad either.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. I received a room that was a little different than what was on the reservation, but it was quickly corrected. Great location for the occasion. I would definitely stay at this place again.

We booked a 3 night stay and we were put far away from elevator and that was great because it was nice and quiet until our 3rd night's stay. On the third night the room next door arrived after 5pm and since then there was nonstop opening and closing of doors. There was children running in the hallways and banging against the walls. The tv was also very loud. We were in room 302 and 1 side was a storage area which we were thankful for the quiet. Our bed sheets for not changed for all the nights that we stayed. There was hair on the bathtub when we arrived and it stayed there throughout our stay. A stay here on a weekday is better, maybe try avoid staying here on a weekend. We stayed from Thursday- Sunday.

I am a traveling Supervisor over 26 technicians nationwide and I stay in hotels 25+ days a month and have traveled in 47 of the states in our great country. I have stayed in bad ( I mean BAD) hotels and I have stayed at great hotels. While this hotel only shows a "GOOD" rating, this hotel should receive a "STELLAR" rating. The pricing does not reflect the care that this facility has taken to maintain the newness of the hotel. Its 3 yrs old and looks like it opened last week. The carpets are not stained, no mold on in the shower, the walls and paint looks brand new, absolutely NO noise inside the hallway or outside, you can't hear slamming doors from other rooms, the pool/hot tub area is very clean and not run down, the property is in great shape except the outdoor rear garbage can, but that is VERY minimal . Trust me when I say that I leave some quite colorful reviews, but this hotel is STELLAR compared to 98% of the other hotels that I have stayed at.

The overall hotel inside and out is beautiful. But there was no on site security for cars parked outside. My truck was broken into despite the so called security guard on staff who was inside monitoring not out. When the police came they said this hotel has had several cars/trucks broken into in the past month and they have told the GM to hire real officers or security but he wont. This is the highest price Best Western I've ever seen who wont invest in the protection of their patrons or their vehicles. There are several apartment complexes near by and lots of hwy business...I would never stay here again. Not to mention the GM refused to meet with the officier or check the cameras since he was off the weekend. Smh not consideration for my experience. Horrible service. Avoid this hotel!

This hotel is a well kept secret. I'm local to the area, but had to stay late for work and wake early to start again. Driving home for a few hours sleep was pointless. So this was a last minute stay for me and ended up being a wonderful experience. I would stay there again. It's clean and quiet. Great breakfast. Staff is on point and polite. I'm looking for a reason to go back.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby and breakfast area were modern and well laid out with pleanty of room and nice decor. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The only area needing attention was dust on the bathroom counter which was not a big deal. Breakfast was good. The only recommendation would be to add some fruit to the menu. Overall a very nice experience!

Greater level of amenities than normal. My wife and I drive out of our way to stay at this hotel by 40 minutes. Plus, if I owned a Tesla, I would re-charge here using their Tesa chargers. Other EVs are welcome, too!

The people working at the hotel did their jobs responsibility as equivalent to the company hotel star level. The specific hotel needed room check for maintenance. The Air conditioning thermostat didn't work.

Had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus, Katy TX The people at the front desk and hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. Very neat and clean. Will definitely be looking for a Best Western Plus on our next trip.

A friend and I stayed here this past weekend for a cheer competition with our teenage girls. I must say this is one of the best places we have ever stayed. Amazingly clean! The breakfast was wonderful! The staff there went out of their way to fulfill my friend's special diet. The eggs are fresh and not out of a box. Our girls enjoyed the hot tub the evening before competition. They ate their chick fil a dinner in the lounge and it was so clean there too. The beds were so comfy as well! We would for sure recommend staying here!

Stayed here for 2 nights and we were highly impressed. Very clean, super comfortable beds, good facilities and wonderful breakfast choices. We did have a problem on the first night as in the people next door were partying all night with loud music. We called security at midnight then at 4 in the morning they can came up to sort it straight away. Shame as that was our only grumble but not the hotel or staffs fault at all. The staff were fab all very helpful and nothing too much.

Using GPS on my rental car, it was not possible to find the hotel on the Garmin car GPS. This made it slightly difficult to manouver my way back to the hotel. However, the hotel has large rooms, really nice king size bed, clean room and good aircondition.

Upon arrival for check in, the front desk clerk was away. A real nice lady showed me around the breakfast area and informed me of all the hotel had to offer while we waited on the front desk clerk to return. I think this lady was in charge of the bar and breakfast area. Front desk clerk finally returned and checked me in 10 min later. Only other complaint is our room did not have the pull out sofa-bed bedding. I called guest services and was told they were checking in someone, but would bring up the bedding. After 45 min of waiting, I had to go down to the front desk and get the bedding myself. But besides the slow check in and having to get the sofa bedding, everything else was great, Super spacious rooms, really clean.

Wish to stay with warm welcoming staff and caretakers? Book with them. I enjoyed all aspect of my stay and would do it again whenever the opportunity presents itself. Breakfast is made fresh, environment is well kept and staff energy is vibrant. Want happy staffs to lighten your stay? These employees are in sync with smiles that is soothing.

Visited this hotel for a youth trip with our kids at the church and was VERY impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. Breakfast was delicious...especially the hot waffle station and the omelets. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping ladies were so pleasant and the one we spoke with took lots of pride on cleaning the rooms thoroughly to our liking. Great spot for close entertainment! Definitely would go back! We were actually planning to go back but then the flood waters happened. We will be back though!

The room was very spacious, clean. The bed was really comfortable, also clean, th whole experience in the suite was to the level of a 5 start hotel. I really liked this hotel and sure that will try to stay in BW hotels all my next trips to US. One of the best thing I liked is the size of rooms: they are much bigger than in a lot even 5 stars hotels I have visited in my life. It is a very good chose for business travels.

The hotel exterior is standard, the inside is beautiful, and the service is impeccable! Went for a funeral and was truly made to feel like family remember by the guest staff. I would highly recommend this hotel, but Best Western has always been one of our favorite chains. My children love it because of their giant Texas waffles and pool amenities and we love it because the rooms are always a very good size for our four children and clean for an extremely reasonable price!

My first time to Texas. Best Western made it an enjoyable and comfortable experience. I felt at ease the entire time, and the amenities perfectly suited my needs. Easiest business trip I've ever had to take.

We picked this hotel because it was near the activities we had planned and the reviews and pictures looked very nice. The room was spacious with a huge walk in shower. Every outlet, light and usb outlet worked, they even had a small Keurig kcup machine. The refrigerator was bigger than the tiny ones most hotels have, the freezer section was big enough to store the ice bucket in. The room comes with a free buffet, which was just average, but they had a staffed omelet bar, that was very nice. We would gladly stay for another visit in the future.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything was so nice and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again before even looking elsewhere. We only stayed for 1 night since we were heading to Austin for the LSU/Texas game, but this stay will make me start looking for Best Westerns in any city I stay in. Geaux Tigers!

Had medical appointment on the West side of Houston and the Premier Best Western was my best option. The Hotel was modern, clean, reasonable priced, close to I-10, but you couold not hear the traffic, provided a good breakfast. Bed was very comfortable andt here were an incredible number of options to watch on television.

Was traveling through Houston, traffic was horrible and I was very tired. Pulled off the freeway, knew this hotel was there, so glad I did. Got a nice rest, comfortable bed and pillows, a good breakfast - they will fix you an omelet - perfect.

My wife and I stayed here during one of our trips. The hotel itself was nice. Spacious room and lots of nice amenities. Unfortunately, we had an emergency come up and had to check out early. The front desk assistant - Ale- told us to contact Expedia for our refund, but when we did so, Expedia informed us that the decision was left up to the hotel General Manager Raju, who in the end declined our request for a refund. We were basically lied to. We booked 3 nights and were only able to stay for 1 around 11 hours night due to the emergency, less than 12 hours. The hotel didn't offer any understanding or flexibility and charged us for 2 nights that we weren't there for. We also tried calling the manager, Raju, but he never answered and his voicemail was full. His email address Raju@bwkaty.com since his voicemail box cannot be reached. We received messages from them through Expedia stating they reached out to us but moments after but we've heard nothing from this establishment. Thankfully, Expedia was extremely nice and understanding. I personally believe that there's a basic level of understanding when it comes to life events, but this hotel and staff obviously thinks differently.

While the hotel is really nice, my husband and I checked in at 11pm Sunday night and checked out 10:47am the next morning. We had an emergency come and prepaid for three nights. We spoke with the representative, Ali, who informed us it was up to Expedia to make the decision on a return policy. We call Expedia and they were extremely nice. They were transferred to the General Manager by the name of Raju - Email raju@bwkaty.com who denied the request to give us a refund. His voicemail is full so you can't get in touch with him. It was extremely disheartening considering we we were there for like 10 hours and checked our before the check out time of the next day. The LEAST the could've done was refunded is for one night but instead they refused to refund anything at all after we paid for three nights. We will NEVER return to a Best Western establishment will be teaching out to someone further up about their policies and customer services... or lack there of.

We were here for 3 nights and was more impressed each day! Super staff, clean facility with more room than any hotel in its class!!! Very large room, all the amenities you need. Great breakfast offered with made to order omelets.

This hotel is awesome. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The hot tub was awesome. The room was very spacious and beds were great. The breakfast was awesome and a great variety of things to choose from.

a Requested a handicapped room but it did not happen until the next night -they had a different idea of what would be needed? front desk staff very nice. breakfast the usual hotel stuff. Big draw back was the cleaning staff - first night linens were not changed, next night no cleaning at all no towels, no clean bed ..it is the example of leave something and if it is not taken care of you know the staff did not do their job. My big complaint is the lack of care by the cleaning crew despite tips left. Oh please note the info about restaurant and bar: okay it you want a burger or pizza and the drinks for 7 were a short pore.

There was not a single thing I could recommend to make my stay better. I was truly impressed and extremely comfortable during my stay. Even when calling before check-in to get driving directions the associates were courteous. Check in and out were pleasant, my room was top-notch (the bed and pillows were so comfortable!) I enjoyed the breakfast choices (and the coffee, too!) Looking forward to going back!

This hotel gives you the experience that we all are treated like royalty the rooms are spacious the lounge is comfortable the breakfast is fresh the staff is polite attentive and considerate the area is safe and family environment

I checked in late for 1 night, I woke up with red bug bites all over my body. I complained to the front desk and they said nothing was wrong, EVEN though I have red bug bites all over me. IT WAS DISGUSTING, I have never been bitten by bed bugs or had them EVER so I can't for certain that was it but I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was very disappoint and even more disappointed that the front desk claimed to look at the room and say nothing was in the bed. I had red bites all over my body that itched and were random and NOT a rash or hives. Thankfully my skin is better now and I would never go back.

The property is clean from the parking lot to the remote control (in its sanitary bag). The kitchenettes and bathrooms are spotless. The bedding and textiles are crisp and white. Cook to order omeletes and hot breakfast options make this a great value when traveling along or with family. There's a pool and fitness room which we were not able to use but appeared to be equally clean and organized. Staff is professional and friendly. Check in, Check out, towel delivery, etc were done in a very timely manner. We will definitely be staying at this property again. So far its our favorite in Katy.

We slept here for only one night, but we were very satisfied. The room was spacious and everything in it was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and check-in went fast and easy. Breakfast was also nice.

The reunion committee did a phenomenal job with organizing our event. Location and hotel amenities were carefully thought of and quite affordable. Very nice! Traditionally, I do not sleep well in hotels but I slept like a Queen, restfully at this hotel. The beds and pillows were on point. And, lots of extras.

We made our reservation on Priceline. Specified Katy, TX. We found a hotel in our price range and location. Paid for our 3 nights in advance. When we received our receipt it showed the location to be in Baker, TX. We thought we had made an error in our selection. Turns out the hotel is in Katy. You should ask for that to be corrected. Priceline showed that it was 3.5 starts, but we accepted because the location and price were what we were looking for. During our stay we saw NO REASON for this to be rated 3.5. It should be 5 or 10, depending on the scale being used. Room was nice and clean, housekeeping was great and acomodating. Front desk was courtious and prompt. Service at breakfast was good 0 everything stocked and clean. On our second breakfast day the attendant was super helpful with making omelets and bringing to the table. Offering to get refills and also getting toast that I had missed. On checkout, the same attendant was still working breakfast. She wasn't busy and came to the lobby to assist us with loading luggage back into our vehicle. There is no reason, based on out stay that this hotel isn't rated 5 or 10, depending on the scale. We make this trip every year and have usually stayed at Marriott properties. We'll be back next year at this Best Western.

We came down to Katy to go house shopping and stayed at the Beat Western purely because of the convenience it offered location wise, but we were certainly happy we did! The staff was super helpful, the hotel was spotless clean, and the kids loved the pool area. We'd stay there again even if we had to go it of the way a bit.

The hotel is on a side street off IH 10, on the north or west bound side. It is not hard to find but the sign is red, not blue like other Best Western or Best Western Plus. Check in went smoothly and quickly. A couple of minor problems with the room. The desk chair was wobbly. The air conditioner was barely adequate. I reported these problems when we checked out and all of it was carefully written down. The breakfast included an omelette bar. Austin made very good omelettes. There were potatoes, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, lots of breads, oatmeal, and waffles. The coffee came out of a machine with the push of a button but was good. The elevator is slow. Only 3 stories to cover. It shuddered a bit which felt like a lock or brake releasing when it started from the top. Everything was nice and new looking. Everything was clean. The lady at the desk remembered my name and called me by name later. There was an ice machine on the same floor and worked fine. Internet worked without problems. The staff was professional and efficient. This was definitely nicer than BW Plus. The price was excellent.

We booked a room for 6/13/19 with 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. It also had a refrigerator and microwave. The room was very spacious and clean. It appeared new. The beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the free breakfast the next day. I would definitely recommend.

This place did not disappoint, at all! Very relaxing and peaceful. Clean, welcoming, and great location. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Some of the best sleep we've gotten in a long time. The breakfast was fantastic, with an omelette bar and Texas sized waffles. Highly recommend this place, we will be back!

This hotel was great, starting with the extremely friendly staff. They went out of their way to be kind and welcoming. The room was huge! (Just a king sized bed--as shown in the picture.) The buffet breakfast had a great assortment of foods, including fresh omelettes, waffles and organic cereals. Again, the staff was so warm and helpful in the dining area. The hotel still smelled new (only 3 years old) and felt very modern. The pool looked nice, and we used the workout room as well. Great view of the sunset while working out! And all for $84/night.

Our room was very clean & neat. We had a refrig., Microwave, Keurig in our room. Very nice sittng area that had a sofa that made out into a sofa bed. (didn't use, but was available). Loved their breakfast! This is hotel was amazing! Everything was very clean & extra nice. Really enjoyed our stay!

Very clean hotel. Fast and friendly check-in, at 11pm. Room was spacious, modern, slept like a baby in a dry diaper. I did not experience breakfast due to sleeping in. Everything was absolutely wonderful, excluding check-out. The staff member was impatient and slightly rude. Take note: they charge a holding fee but don't tell you. It was refunded shortly after my stay.

Huge rooms, great cooked breakfast options and helpful front desk staff make this my favorite place to stay when in Katy! Each room is well equipped and the beds are very comfy (including the pillows since most hotels have terrible pillows, it's worth mentioning!)

I have stayed here a few times now. When I am working anywhere in the southwest portion of Houston, this is where I stay. The accommodations are incredible, especially for the price. I recommend this hotel to all my coworkers. I will be back.

The two ladies in the breakfast area were amazing! I believe their names were Minerva and amber. They made it feel like home and were very kind. They were greeting everyone and asking at all times if we needed anything, their service was a 10/10. Very thankful

This motel was great. The room was perfect for both for our needs . As a person with a severe disability involving both knees height of the bed was perfect as I am on the tall side reduced the difficulty of getting out of bed to a minimum.

Everyone did their jobs with a smile which made things so easy. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. I was surprised and the way the rooms were arrange and that was a standard for the room I chose.

This hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff was exceptional. The bed was a little soft for us, but the King room was spacious and had everything we needed. Would suggest a third floor room so you don't have anyone above you. We didn't hear outside noises, but there were noisy guests, as is always expected at a hotel, but it's still annoying. Also suggest a room far away from the elevator, as our room was right across from it and conversations were easily heard in our room. The breakfast was adequate.

Omg if you want affordable luxury. Best Western premium is the place to stay. Very clean. They even had an omelette station for breakfast which was complimentary. The rooms are huge and very modern. The pool Uhhh at night was beautiful you would have thought you were at a resort!

General manager never responded to a complaint that was told only a general manager could address. Left his front desk staff fielding calls that they couldn't address. Was told that he would call back - have yet to hear. A complaint that wasn't terribly bad but was never dealt with has left a bad mark at this Best Western location. Terrible customer service at the general manager level

Stayed here during my brother-n-laws funeral. Very comfortable and clean They had a good breakfast. They had a waffle iron in the shape of Texas. I would recommend this motel if you are in the Katy, Tx area.

Every facet of service, cleanliness, quality, and attention to detail was outstanding! The west-central location made it accessible and the breakfast may be the best I've experienced at any hotel! Way to go, management!

I recently stayed in this hotel from 3/8-3/10, and I was very pleased with my stay. Staff were courteous, professional, and they gave service with a smile. I loved my room because it was spacious and the decor was really cool. They had a Keurig, microwave, and a refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was excellent, and I made sure to get a omelet made fresh at the omelet station. I forgot to mention in the closet, there is a iron, ironing board, and a safe for your valuables. The room had everything I needed. I didn't use their fitness center or go to the lounge for drinks, but it was available. I think the lounge is open from 6pm-9pm. They serve drinks and have a small food selection for additional cost. Breakfast was included with my stay. I am single female, and I felt safe in that area. I still used my common sense. Restaurants, Sams Club, and the Katy Freeway are close by so it worked for me. I filled up my rental car at Sam's Club my last night there, and I was ready to leave for the airport the morning I checked out after having another tasty breakfast. I will definitely come back the next time I come to the Katy area.

We stayed here for 6 nights after the apartment we'd initially rented proved to be unsuitable and the staff could not have been more helpful. Yes it was slightly on the expensive side but totally worth every penny. The only thing we didn't realise until our final day was a small easel to be placed on the bed if the sheets didn't need to be changed so we sadly never used that, it needs to be in a more prominent area. We also found it difficult to use the tea/coffee machine in the room but we only short walk from the reception area where drinks were available for free all day/night ☺

Theis is a newer hotel and it's absolutely wonderful. The room was very nice and very spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. The price was was great! Close to several places to eat. We have found our new place to stay while in Katy!

We were in town for a concert. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was clean, spacious, and had extra bedding stocked. Breakfast in the morning had several options and the food even tasted great! We will be back in the future!

Hotel was great it looks just like the pictures! Nothing about it makes it feel “nasty” everything is fresh and nice!! Plus with breakfast included wafles,cereal,different breads, eggs,bacon,sausage, potatoes,omelets! If i have to stay in katy again i will return here!

We drove from Dallas to Houston to sadly attend the funeral of a good friend. We had reserved a room in Premier Best Western Energy for one night. However, upon reading the booking details, we found out that the check-in time was 3 pm. The funeral was at 2 pm and we also needed time to get to our room and get ready. We called and explained the circumstances and asked for an early check-in. They listened to our request and once we got to the hotel, the front desk staff accommodated us which helped us tremendously. We attended the funeral and later that night returned to the hotel room. While riding on the elevator, we felt a jolt once the door closed and moving up and made screeching sounds. When in our room, there were some noises coming from down the hall which eventually subsided. I guess the rooms are not as sound protective as we were expecting. We had a good night rest in a comfortable king size bed. The next morning before checking out we went down for breakfast which included a freshly made omelette! The staff were very nice, polite and friendly. Overall a very good experience which we will recommend.

I am not sure if this hotel just recently opened but it looks just like the pictures show. I was so impressed with the exterior and the interior. I had a king suite and it was large enough to sleep up to six (6) people, four on the rather comfortable king size bed and the room also had a pull out sofa bed. The in room featured a Keurig w/ 4 k-cups and a small pack of Milano cookies which I thought was a nice touch, they had silver and black appliances to give it that more modern feel w/ a flat screen TV looked like it was about 47" and nicely mounted on the wall. I have not seen in any hotels that I have stayed at that looked this modern and have been this nicely laid out. . The area was quiet even for being directly across from an apartment community. The highway is close by and there is a Walmart and other stores less than 2 minutes away. They also offer free breakfast which is fairly typical of most hotel chains but unfortunately, I never got the opportunity to take advantage of having some, maybe next time. I would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone else to as well.

Wow, this is the nicest BW we have every stayed in! I was blown away by the value we received for this very modern hotel with huge rooms. Carmen at the front desk was very friendly and efficient with the check-in process even though the computer systems were down. She later joined me and my husband for a chat later that evening which made of us feel at home after a few long days of travel. She was very warm and welcoming. Minerva also provided excellent, friendly, prompt service as well when we ate in the café that evening. As we were the only customers in the café, we were able to converse with her as well. We could tell that both ladies really enjoy their jobs and making people as comfortable and happy as possible. Minerva even gave me a hug goodbye when we left the next day! It was nice to have the café and bar available. Prices were a little high but we were happy for the convenience of not having to go out in the cold to a restaurant (even though they were just a few minute walk away), especially after having gotten there later in the evening and having the inconvenience of driving a U-Haul truck. The pillow top mattress and pillows were SUPER comfortable which was also a welcomed feature for us as we had been driving across the US and were very sore from sitting! We didn't want to get out of bed the next morning! The pool, spa, and gym areas are very nice. We received A+ service during our short stay. We were disappointed we couldn't stay another night!

This is possibly the cleanest and neatest place we've ever stayed. We were very pleased. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was quiet, spacious, and very well appointed. Breakfast was very good, too.

This was the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel. We stayed for 4 days. Two out of the four days our room was not cleaned adequately. Bathroom not cleaned, surfaces in entire room not cleaned, trash and empty cups left in room. I have been trying to speak with someone there but have been getting the run around. Don't stay there!

Clean rooms, modern finishes, loads of space, great pricing, and the best staff in Texas. Every trip is the same, each time I am impressed with the attention to customer service provided at every level of the staffing/amenedies. Bar/Cleaning staff is always the best in the business. I have changed my booking habits as a direct result of the interactions I have with the people at this hotel.

I didn't expect to be this blown away! I thought I was getting a very vanilla place however, it turned out to be very modern and the breakfast bar was great! The staff was very friendly! You are getting your money worth's.

Ended up staying in Katy for a meeting. Found the hotel on Trip Advisor. Based on reviews and price I chose this hotel. Was very happy with the stay. Room was nice and clean as was the hotel in general. Breakfast was good. Didnt realize there was an omelette bar until it was too late :-(. All in all, great stay.

I love this hotel! This was my second time to stay there. The staff is so friendly and helpful. So friendly and helpful. It's the only hotel that I do not bring my own pillow too. The bed is so comfortable! Our room had two queen beds and a fold-out couch.

This BW Premier in Katy it great. Very clean and modern and the service was top notch. Close to shopping and restraunts. Very comfortable and quiet. We will stay again if in the area. Highly recommended.

I stayed four nights at this hotel in Katy during a business trip recently. My first impression was positive, with friendly front desk service, a nice large room with great amenities, and a good hot breakfast. As the week went on, I continued to be impressed by the hotel. The day I left, I was ready to give a glowing 5-star review, and I booked it again for the next week. But then... I was packing to return to Katy and this same hotel, then the day before I was to arrive, the manager of the hotel called me to tell me that I couldn't check in using the same credit card I had used the previous week because their system was being upgraded and that type of card would not work for the next 10 days. I had already booked the hotel and held the room with that card, and that card is the only one I can use for my travel. I asked them to manually call in the card and pre-pay the week's stay - they would/could not. I called Best Western customer service to try to pay them up-front with the card - they would/could not. I cancelled my reservation. I so wanted to give them a high rating, but unfortunately the last two stays at a Best Western (although generally good stays) both had a flaw big enough for a regular traveler that I will no longer book Best Western hotels. Too bad - they were so close to having a new frequent loyal guest.

Very Clean atmosphere, Very courteous Staff. The omelette for breakfast was the Highlight. It was worth the money, although a little bit pricey more than other BW.You will know why where you get there.

Less than 1 year old caters to business professionals. Sleek modern decor, they had an omelet station with it's own chief to cook to order. The pool was fabulous. Clean with nice chairs waterfall in pool with extra large hot tub.they shock pool every night and use water softener. Skin feels smooth.staff were very nice apple parking. Several large restrictions within walking distance. Room smelled clean beds were comfortable good shower.

this hotel has only been in existence for a few years and the building was clean, the staff friendly and the room was perfect. We had been on the road for a few days and hadn't slept that well for two nights, this bed fixed that.

If you don't mind losing sleep it's a great place to party because it seems all the party animals come there to let off steam and to spend a weekend away in a luxury resort! My experience was in a good place is immaculate but the bathtub water came all the way up taking a shower almost to my knees and overflowing the second issue was those charge stations where the TVs are are right on the backside of where you sleep at night and somebody put their iPad on or left the TV on while they slept and I didn't get any sleep all night!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights... The rooms were very clean and large. Check in was easy and the staff was professional and friendly. There is a snack store at the front desk with the usual prices for hotel snacks. The complimentary breakfast is amazing... waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, and even an omelet bar (which we did not try)… the pool/ hot tub area was very clean and well maintained. Overall a great experience and we would stay here again if ever in the area.

The staff were very friendly yet professionals, attentive and always looking up to make everything perfect. Rooms clean and well equipped. All the staff always willing and available. Breakfast was awesome.. nicer presented, very well cooked and a lovely service.

John was amazing! He made the best omelette and was sooooo welcoming. I would def recommend this place to anyone staying in the Katy area! The beds were comfy and the entire hotel was super clean and new. (The complimentary breakfast is super impressive! Hence John makes amazing omelettes).

The front desk was very nice and professional. The lobby was very quiet and clean. My room was nice and clean definitely beyond my expectations & believe me it is hard to please me whenever it comes to cleaning. I will definitely stay here again!

Our Best Western Premier experience for a 3 night stay was very pleasant. Amazing beds, fabulous restroom space and atmosphere. Breakfast should include bottled water and fresh fruit other than bananas. The fresh omelets were a plus though!

I don't normally write reviews. Actually this is my very first one from the hotel desk. This Hotel is truly an amazing place to stay. From the amazing staff, the BIG spa tub and pool, and of course the comfortable room. I normally have some cleaning issues, but the room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable and everything was CLEAN. There is a real microwave and mini fridge. Yes a real one that you can actually put food in, not those crappy freezers that can only hold one or two cans of soda. Heck, it even had a marble table that took two of us to move. Not those cheap flimsy ones. Thanks all for your service, great pool, and clean and comfortable room. I am definitely coming back when I visit Houston.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting family in Katy. The hotel is super nice, great staff, delicious breakfast with nice pool and workout room. The bed was super comfy!!! We will definitely stay here any time we come in town to visit with family!!

Newer property. Staff was friendly and property was very clean. Easy of and off freeway access except don't follow the gps was it directs you through a residential area. Nice pool area. Bar is open until 9 and meals/snacks can be purchased at the bar.

We stayed just overnight, and the breakfast was amazing, Minerva ran the breakfast so well, making whatever kind of eggs your heart desired, she was very sweet and did her job very swiftly and made all of my family feel welcome. Minerva made our stay even better than it already had been! Very clean and very comfortable. the rooms are very roomy and neat. We loved our stay. We loved our Minerva.

I booked this hotel for my trip to Houston, but even though the hotel is in Katy, TX, it did not bother me one bit to book a hotel in Katy. I really loved Best Western Premier and will continue to book at this hotel for all of my trips to Houston. The hotel is very clean on the inside of the building and the exterior. The hotel was very easy to find and is conveniently located closeby to restaurants. Every staff member I interacted with was very pleasant and showed great hospitality. The rooms were very nice and very clean, the beds and bedding were very comfortable as well. Everything about my hotel stay was truly excellent and I will certainly make this hotel my only choice whenever I am in the Houston area.

Stayed overnight during a business trip. This is a newer hotel and the interior of the place was beautiful and very clean. The rooms are very spacious and have that “NEW” smell. The staff here was exceptionally attentive to my needs and were very friendly. I ordered a salad for dinner and it was fresh and delicious. You will love this place, this hotel is a must stay if near this area.

I stumbled upon this hotel while looking for a place to eat. This location is beautiful and the staff members are friendly. Although we travel often, it was my first time staying here, but it definitely won't be my last!

I saw this hotel being built. It is beautiful inside and clean! Our check-in experience was simply fabulous. They young lady was attentive and quick. Our guest room was beautifully decorated and still had that "new" smell and has a microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast was pretty good- there is an omelet station. I would have given the hotel 5 stars however I found a very long strand of hair in a towel I was about to use and also additional ones in my bed. Within walking distance there is a BJ's Restaurant and Texas Longhorn. Katy is a very nice area with a Wal-Mart close by and several other places to eat. Also, if you need to get to a mall- Katy Mills is about 5 miles West on I-10.

When you walk in the hotel you are greeted as tho you are family, and then when you enter the room it was WOW! The rooms are so big and spacious, very nice and clean. I would recommend this hotel anytime I am in Katy.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful! Great location and within walking distance or a short drive to many restaurants, it's nice and clean, and the people there are so friendly, going above and beyond expectations to ensure the most pleasant stay for each of their guests. The rooms are very spacious and furnished with the most comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The breakfast, which also includes a made-to-order omelette station, is amazing and available at no extra charge. The hotel also has a bar, which my husband and I took advantage of later in the evening. There we met Minerva Maldonado, who provided us with good drinks, excellent service, and wonderful conversation. Highly recommend this hotel!

This was by far the best hotel experience I've had in a long time. First impressions are what count and it's first impression, which is the lobby, was very pleasing to the eyes. The smell was great too. Now the breakfast is worth every penny for the cost of the hotel. The staff are pleasant, helpful and remember what you order from one day to the next. They make omelets to taste, have bacon, sausage patties and links. Muffins, bagels, croissants, yogurt with toppings and then you can make waffles with toppings too! I'll definitely be staying at this hotel again! You'll check out the other competition but you won't find the price and breakfast match at any other one.

I stayed at this hotel with some friends for a conference we went to in Katy. This hotel was very clean, the people were nice and helpful. We had a wonderful breakfast which included just about anything you can imagine. I would definitely stay there again!

This hotels is fairly new and rooms are in very good shape. The staff was polite and welcoming. Rooms are pretty and equipped with keurig coffee machines. The rooms that are on the street side can get really loud at night due cars racing down the road. The pool area is very pretty and the hot tub is huge. I really don't have anything negative to say about this hotel. If one thing that would be the breakfast. Don't get me wrong the breakfast room and the staff there are excellent. It just felt a little "naked". The warm potatoes were cold and the election of toast was very poor. Maybe adding some real nice toast and bagels would make this better.

So far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It was clean, comfortable, and fun. This hotel has everything you would want. From large rooms to fun pool area. Service was over the top nice especially the bartender, Minena. She was a delight. We were more excited about our hotel then anything else on the whole trip. We have already booked the same hotel for our next two visits. Definitely worth it!!!!

Since this hotel was new, all the furnishings were were clean & comfortable. Had great night sleep on their mattress and enjoyed a delicious complimentary breakfast. You can have your eggs or omelettes made to order Minerva was especially accommodating on the evening shift and made a very good drink (would have been perfect if they had Jack but had to settle for Makers Mark) in their bar/grill area. Menu was somewhat limited but we all had something we liked from grilled chicken breasts w/veggies to salads to hamburgers. Hamburgers were prepared from fresh and therefore took longer to prepare than fast food burgers. Best spinach artichoke dip I've tasted.

Our stay was for wedding party. Excellent beds, extremely comfortable. Very spacious rooms. extremely clean. Excellent breakfast, very neat and tasty. staff were very professional and attentive to our needs. 5stars hands down.

The two queen room was larger than expect w/ loads of storage. Wait staff throughout went above and beyond to help and were extremely friendly! Great breakfast in the am including made to order omelets.

This Hotel was great. It is fairly new and in very good shape. Everything clean. They have better than average toiletries and have Keurig coffee makers in the room. The rooms are spacious. My only complaint is the bed was a little hard, but you can make them perfect for everyone.

I could hear the noise from the next door room around 3 a.m. to 4 a.m., also footsteps pacing the floor from the room above at night and early morning . Sonia, who made our omelette was amazing! I had just checked out of a hotel that wasn't up to quality standards and was so tired and then I found this place. Its in a great location to get on the highway and the place is extremely clean. There are many food options on the I10 access road as well. Excellent Hotel!

We were so impressed with this hotel. It was extremely clean, and the staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, and the toiletries are nice. They have the best free breakfast we've ever seen at a hotel, including made to order omelettes. What really set it apart was Minerva and John. our hotel stay was a welcome surprise after a long day on the road. The room itself was spacious and well appointed, including sofa and table, spacious desk and microwave/refrigerator. We got a great nights sleep in this one-and-a-half year old hotel. The service was exceptional. Ainevua welcomed us to the modern dining area and complementary breakfast bar. She made custom omelettes for us and waffle iron waffles. The pool and jacuzzi are beautiful. We highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my extended stay at this property back in November 2017. I stayed for over a week with 2 rooms. Ali, Minerva and Chandre were all the best. These three made me feel at home throughout my entire stay.

This hotel was excellent. The room was very spacious and clean and had awesome amenities. You'll find that the hotel is close to a lot of local restaurants and different things to do. The hotel staff was extremely welcoming during my visit. From the lady at the front desk to Minerva at breakfast and the bar. I didn't catch the name of the front desk employee but she remembered myself and my colleagues each day, even knew what room one of them was staying in when she locked herself out of her room. Minerva made my stay. Constantly I found her going above and beyond to accommodate myself. She always had a smile on her face and constantly made me laugh. During my entire stay she remembered who I was, and when I was late to breakfast she was asking my colleagues where I was. Truly an asset to this hotel team! Every staff should have 10 Minerva's. My next trip to the area I will hope to have the opportunity to stay here again!

Friendly staff, room was comfortable. Needs to staff bar and "restaurant" which is not actually a restaurant, but a staff member who could go make 3 different simple items if you tracked her down to do it. There was never anyone tending bar. She was actually running back and forth with a laundry cart when we were there. She offered to come back and assist us, but we went out as it was obvious they pay no attention and are just picking a random staff member to fill in when there is a customer. Which there isn't because the bar was always dark and no one there to staff it. Had issues with my reservation and while the staff was friendly, they could not resolve the issue.

good hotel, rooms were huge. nice comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. The person who works in the kitchen (Minerva) was very helpful and friendly. She also helped my daughter to make waffles for her. She gave us excellent service.. very welcoming. wonderful hospitality. pool hours could be better, little disspointed. Could not use the pool as it opens at 10am. Had to leave for the airport at 10:30am.

I am still in the hotel while I'm writing this review. The hotel is simply: amazing, new, very spacious rooms, clean, very good breakfast (hot too), friendly and helpful hotel staff (Mrs. Mivevva who gets whatever you need including a much needed IPhone charger; receptionists). The little caveat that hotel can't do much about is the close location to the highway. You can hear the cars all night long, even w. I am always bringing ear plugs with me so it was a little problem for me but not major. Don't forget ear plugs. Definitely worth staying

I was impressed with the size and cleanliness of the room. There was ample storage space, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee machine, and safe. They also had a 24-hour gym but we did not use it and a pool/hot tub which we also did not use. We were only there a short time during the winter, so we did not use the pool. If we are back in this area again, I would certainly want to stay here again.

Arrived yesterday. Beautiful lobby and decor. I booked a king suite . The room was amazing . Had that “new house” smell. I am somewhat of a hotel snob and this place really changed my perception entirely of the Best Western Chain. You would be silly to stay anywhere else . The room was immaculate. The pool was beautiful and the jacuzzi was the cherry on top. The water was HOT and the jets were very strong . Plus, there was plenty of room ! Overall, I would come back in a heartbeat ! I'm still here now and am sad I'll have to leave tomorrow :*(

Best Western Premier is a great place to stay with nice sized rooms, very clean and a great staff. If you have not tried Best Western Premier you should, you will be very pleased. they offer a nice breakfast with a lot of choices.

During the whole trip we could hear an excessive amount of noise from the hallway and from the rooms around us. For example, I could plainly hear the television playing in the next room. I'm suspicious that the rooms are not adequately sound-proofed. Aside from that I'd give this hotel a perfect score. The breakfast was better than expected (there is an omelet bar), and everything was impeccably clean. The beds were more mushy than I like, but I'm willing to call that a matter of personal preference.

This is a beautiful hotel to stay in. I would prefer it better than the Marriots resort. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Good overall experience! Can't wait until the next time I'm in Katy,Tx. My husband and I were delighted with the hotel. We stayed there over Thanksgiving and the weekend. The hotel was immaculate. The modern decor was tasteful and restful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, hard to believe it was a hotel bed. I had a couple of requests and they were both fulfilled. (Shock!) The breakfast was incredible: omelets, waffles, oatmeal, etc and staff who bring you more juice. The entire hotel staff was friendly, helpful and patient. We both left saying we would look for more Best Western Premier Hotels when we travel.

Chandni and Ali at the front desk made our stay memorable. Their hospitality and professionalism were second to none. The facility was strikingly clean and décor right on point. This will be our go-to hotel in the future!

I didn't know a BW could be like this. I would choose this over a Westin any day. The room was spotless. Big screen HD TV. We were right over the lobby and it was still a quiet stay -- didn't hear another soul, and I heard that the hotel was full. Minerva and Alejandra were delightful.

we have just returned home following a weeks stay at the this hotel. We travelled from Scotland and had never stayed in Katy before but The hotel was extremely clean and modern and the staff were so helpful. Especially Ali on reception and the breakfast team, including Anthony, Minerva and Lou. The location was excellent, along with free wifi and parkIng, we were within 20 mins of shopping outlets and malls which was the reason for our stay. Hopefully we will be back again

Great service, Minerva and Anthony go above and beyond. Rooms were better than typical BW. Very clean and good bathroom product (i.e. good shampoo, toothpaste provided automatically). Was expecting a little more from interior design, our room was cramped on one end (couch, settee, and desk together on one end) while the other end was empty. TV wasn't centered, looked a little awkward but I'm picky that way.

From the great staff, cleanliness and professionalism. To the rooms and service. Will def advice clients and business partners to stay at Best Westerns. Even the clients at every Best Western Ive ever stayed have been great and friendly.

Beautiful property and awesome staff! They helped us out as we were in a bind and needed a room. The previous hotel we had reserved was disappointing and the rooms were not clean. We called BW and they checked us in a 1am and we got the last room. We were beyond pleased.

I just wrote s lengthy review for Premier BW on the BW survey. So this one will be brief. It is an amazingly comfortable, clean, beautiful hotel. All the BW's I have stayed at have the most comfortable beds and pillows !! They also have good continental breakfasts, but Premier BW has an unbelievably exceptional one, with a very large variety to choose from. Even an omelet bar. It also has a bar off of the lobby area. The prices were great as well. Will definitely stay there again.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel yesterday while visiting the area. I have to say that this was one of the nicest groups of people I have ever encountered while traveling. The staff was so welcoming and helpful every time we went anywhere. Minerva made our dinner in the kitchen which was wonderful. Ale helped us at the front desk make some arrangements. Both of them were so kind and customer friendly.Elizabeth was our housekeeper and our room was immaculate. We really did love this hotel and will stay there again.

All of the people there were very friendly and helpful. My co workers and I were very thankful for all Nora did for us. Made sure we had breakfast bags before leaving out for work at 4 this morning. She was amazing amd deff will be back. Thank you Nora for going out of your way everyday to make our stay the best one ever you are greatly appreciated!!!

Our team has been staying at this hotel for the last 6-8 months and we always get awesome service. The beds and rooms are great. Location is perfect The staff will treat you like family and go over and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. Parking lot has good lighting and they have Security at night.

I was greeted by a pleasant young lady that talked about what the restaurant/bar had to offer. The front desk ladies were pleasant and kind. The king room was BIG. Lots of space. Clean. Well stocked with soap shampoo qtips coffee, etc. refrigerator and coffee (individual cup) machine, large walk in shower. Hot water! Dark curtains. Absolutely beautiful.

Very clean hotel. Breakfast buffet was great, a lot of variety, even an omelet bar. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was spacious and clean. Wife accidentally left an item and when we called staff went straight to our room and found the staff had found the item and turned in to housekeeping.

This hotel was gorgeous, clean, convenient to restaurants and shopping. Loved the staffs friendliness and attentiveness to guest! I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The pool and hot tub were clean and inviting.

This was one of the best hotel experiences of my life. Absolutely wonderful staff and room. Lobby and amenities were wonderful. When I first walked in the room I was stunned. The room was one of the most comfortable and relaxing I've ever been in.

We stayed here for 3 days minerva and Alejandra were a treat. Wonderful people.. hotel was very clean.. my kids enjoyed the pool, also very clean..our room did smell a bit like smoke.. not sure why.breakfast was outstanfing. Fresh food served warm. But had a wonderful experience over all during our stay

I am a guest at the BWP Energy corridor katy tx Nora at guest services was amazing. she welcomed my husband, my son and I as we walked through the door, when we arrived to our room I noticed I for got our tooth brushes and body was at home. I went to the front desk and she gave me a complementary bag of all the right necessities. we've been to multiple hotel since hurricane Harvey and this is the first place that hasn't made us pay for the natural necessities need to just get by, I the reason I am writing this is because I didn't even remember the deodorant or conditioner needed to wash my daughters hair but she did, and that to me is amazing hosting and caring #Houston strong. BWP thank you for hiring such an amazing person.

The hotel is upper level 4 star. The staff are quality people. Specific staff members that deserve A+ are Minerva, Amber and Alejandra. The rooms are comfortable, good TV, maintained. Good showers in bathroom.

We stayed at this Hotel for the 1st time. It is brand new hotel, excptional great service from start to end of our stay. The Frontdesk Lady who wrked on 21st Sep 2017 evening shift was helpfull to us in locating the good resturants in the area. She was very helpful & knowledgeable . We were happy that we picked this hotel for our stay.

I stayed here for 8 days after Hurricane Harvey, in the area for business. The staff were attentive and professional, and especially friendly and personable. Thank you to Amber and Sharon, for all your assistance. The beds were some of the best that I've encountered in any hotel. My team conducted a large meeting at this location. The hotel staff, made that process an easy one. They setup a large projector, and provided refreshments. Lastly the breakfast at this hotel is top notch! The chef each morning makes superb omelets! Say hi to him when you're there!

Was a great stay. Very nice people, Jared, Amber, Minerva, and Alexandra were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy. The food was excellent. When I came back from work it was always clean.

We stayed here during voluntary evacuation from Hurricane Harvey and were very pleasantly surprised. The room was huge and very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend; great location and breakfast was a nice bonus.

Being a hurricane Harvey evacuee I was extremely thankful for how my family was made to feel at home by the entire staff. They were courteous and extremely thoughtful of the situation we were in. The manager Dana Newman was always concern and ask how she could help when we came back to the hotel after working on our house, which after a long day of removing drywall made us feel special. Best Western should be extremely thankful and proud to have employee of this magnitude working for their company.

Hotel is clean and breakfast is good. We showed up the morning after the hurricane and everyone was so nice and accommodating. Alejandra, Amber, and Raju really know and understand customer service. Fantastic hotel!

Fantastic hotel will definitely stay here again. Very clean and comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who looked after our party of 12 very well. Less than a year old and still like new. Very fresh rooms that are spotlessly clean with huge bed and living area. In the center of a great area and very close to shops and restaurants. Excellent and the most friendly customer service. Recommend.

I went to spend the night because my A/C was broke and I decided to get a room at this hotel, beds are so comfortable super clean and nice staff, breakfast was ready at 6 am sharp but I guess they need more items to be called a real buffet. But overall its a excellent hotel.

Great staff, (Amber was great)-great breakfast, ( Minerva was great) great rooms, everything about this hotel is perfect, no complains at all!! I can't find anything run about this hotel, lastly it's a short drive to downtown Houston (25-30 minutes).. Keep up the good work, definetly will be back.

Really nice newer place, very easy access to I-10, super staff and the room design and layout is great, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, light switches by bed let you control lights in room. Really great staff, If you are working or driving around Katy,Tx or I-10 corridor stay here.

Everything was perfect and the staff was great. Always friendly and always helpful. I needed lots of help from desk clerk Gabrielle one night, and she was very accommodating. Our housekeeper, Minerva, was very helpful and provided everything we needed. The breakfast guys, Lou and Anthony were great, very nice, helpful, and treated my family great. Super friendly. Always asked if they could get me anything. Sharon, the morning front desk clerk, was also very helpful nice and flexible. Communicated well with us, and always asked if we needed anything before we left for the day.

This hotel gives you a quiet and pleasant stay when in Katy. The distance to Houston and other facilities is no problem. Meals and staff are very good and the rooms gives you a good feeling when you enter.

The king suite was beyond expectations and was one of the most comfortable hotels I've stayed in. I Highly recommend this hotel for family, personal, or business purposes. Thanks again to all of the staff!

Gabrielle was very helpful when we checked in. My kids and I forgot a bag of our toiletries. She put a bag together and brought to our room. Was very informative of the local restaurants for us to go to. Was a very nice place !

This hotel was open a year ago and it looks like they opened yesterday- this hotel was full and did not see a trace of trash in hallways or anything - seemed like the staff worked hard to keep this place super clean - Staff was very friendly and made sure we were super happy. I will stay at this hotel again when traveling to Katy - I normally don't post reviews but this was worth posting

This hotel is extremely clean and staff was great. Price was excellent for what you get. There are plenty of good restaurants around the area. It is also easy to get to the nearby hospitals via a back road instead of using the highway. Anyone staying in Katy or even looking to go to Houston I would pick this hotel over many many I have been to.

The hotel was beautiful! Rooms are very spacious with eye pleasing decor. The breakfast was amazing! Andre Smith and Minerva were awesome! They made my family feel like so welcomed. It was so refreshing to be at a place that made customer service a priority.

Room was amazing and spacious, and friend desk was very helpful if i needed anything extra, the woman who checked us in, Amber, was very nice and polite and made us feel welcome. When visiting the katy area will be sure to stay there again!

Location is near lots of restaurants & shopping & just a short distance from Katy Mills Mall.

The Hotel was clean, comfortable and the service was great. The staff went beyond their duties to get information for me. It was easily accessible from the interstate. Many restaurants near by, some in walking distance if it wasn't so hot in Texas.

I stayed at this Best Western due to it's proximity to a nursing home in which a relative is living, and reading all the positive reviews. Traveling as a 65+year old woman from Colorado alone, I can't express the comfort level I felt the moment I walked in the door! I was greeted and checked in by Ally, who could not have been more welcoming, and with whom I have had contact with every day....always inquiring about my relative, helping with boarding pass print out in their very efficient business center, as well as always checking g to see if I needed anything. The rooms are impeccable, and housekeeping throughout the hotel is perfection. The comfort of the beds and linens are first class and plush. The complimentary breakfast is unrivalled in all of my travels in Europe and the US....from made to order omelets and fresh fruit, bacon and fresh potatoes to homemade waffles, pastries, and yogurt, granola and cereals. This hotel will always be my go to place while visiting in Houston

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was absolutely amazing from the front entrance of the lobby to the elevator the hallways all were luminated with beautiful lights. The housekeeping staff when greeting were very professional asking to make sure that you were accommodated with enough towels. The breakfast was very scrumptious and delicious. The swimming pool and jacuzzi absolutely amazing! I would recommend this hotel to everyone I love it enjoyed my stay I'll be back!

This hotel exceeded our expectations from the space of the room to their complimentary breakfast. I will definitely stay here again. To bad they don't have a Best Western Premier in the San Antonio or Austin area.

Excellent Hotel, very clean, staff very helpful, loved the swimming pool, Breakfast every morning was great wish the Resturant was open but they were under staff. the Bar was open the last night of or stay but it really didnt matter dont drink

Check in was very easy everyone was great. The room I stayed in was very nice the hotel seems to be very new and everything is clean and nice and new. Bed was good and shower was nice and clean. Staff was nice and loved the bar area

Great stay. Amber shines. We stayed for my daughters hospital visit. The pool was nice, hot tub needed more water for the Jets to work better. Understandable because of evaporation. The hotel was so clean.

From the greeting on entering until our departure four days later, our time here was nothing short of amazing. Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was "hotel" style but with addition of made-to-order omelettes - which the gentleman cooking actually brought to us at our table! That action was indicative of the service we experienced in every part of the hotel. We totally enjoyed our stay.

I enjoyed my stay overall in this hotel, it was clean, spacious, helpful employees (Amber was Great), beds were comfy and did I say clean:-) I would recommend and I would certainly stay again! I didn't give an Excellent rating, because I feel breakfast needs to improve, not with taste, but with quantity, if your not there at the start of breakfast you will miss out, and I feel that breakfast should be replenished if it is still within the Breakfast hours.

I love this place! I have stayed at two other hotels in Katy and this one is by far the best in service, amenities, and room accommodations. Their staff were terrific! I had a great time talking and laughing with them. They are ever helpful and caring, always asking if we need anything. Very friendly!

I cannot say enough about how perfect this hotel experience is. I will stay there when I visit Houston from here on out. The bed was magnificent, the fitness center had more than enough room and great equipment. The carpet was cushioned and the bath room was beautiful! Will stay again.

There are a lot of hotels I could pick to stay at in this area, but this Best Western surely can't be beat. I can't even wait to check out tomorrow to complete this review. How the front desk staff managed to memorize my name on sight with a lot of other guests staying there is beyond me. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean. The pool and gym facilities were clean. There's a nice sundries shop in the lobby. The location is close to dozens of restaurants, shops, and malls. Zero complaints. Keep up the amazing work, BW ladies and gentlemen, it's greatly appreciated from us long-time road warriors!

Excellent visit in particular Andre Smith who was very accommodating. The rooms are very spacious and take into account things such as plenty of multiple charging outlets. The breakfast was fantastic a vast selection.

Our family stayed here for 4 nights on our 2 week road trip from Miami. We were visiting the Houston area which is about 30 minutes from this hotel. We would stay here again and glad we chose this hotel as we avoided the downtown Houston area plus traffic. This hotel is about 10 months old and the moment you walk in feels as if it opened within days. It smells so fresh and new! Check in/Front Desk: Checking in was easy. Ally helped us and was very friendly and pleasant. We got our room keys and were given the highest floor was requested. The rooms are LARGE! Beautiful and very clean rooms. This hotel out of all the hotels we stayed in during our 2 week road trip was the one that felt just like home. We had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The only con was that there was no sheets for the sofa bed in the room and I had to call and go downstairs to get the sheets as Front Desk could not leave their area. The first room we were given the A/C was not working properly. Ally in the front desk went over and beyond to give us a room that the A/C worked well in. She personally went to 3 rooms and check on the air conditioning before moving us. We finally got a fresh cool room and it felt so good because it is so hot in Texas! We were given little gift bags with little goodies for the inconvenience. Breakfast: Our favorite staff member in the hotel was Andre. He is AWESOME! He made omelettes any way you wanted. He is very friendly and sociable. Best Western please note this is an excellent employee here! We would come back just because he was so friendly and made our breakfast extra special! Thank you Andre! :) Keep up the good work! Overall, this hotel is fantastic! We plan on coming back next summer and we would stay here again without any doubt! :)

I cannot say enough about how excellent this hotel was. Jordan at the front desk is so genuinely warm and helpful. Josh was another staffer who was so kind and helpful. He grew up in the area and gave tons of great advice on appreciating Katy and the surrounding areas. Our room was gigantic! It was 3/4 of a basketball court and everything was brand new! The gym was great, the corridors were clean. There was plenty of lounging and work space on the ground floor, you never felt like you were crowding in with other guests. There were cookies available day and night for free and a well-stocked snack bar you can buy stuff from if you get the munchies. Each day our breakfast was prepared to order and perfection by Josh and Anthony. This has to be the best Best Western on the planet and it is far better than many 5-star hotels.

I usually stay in the Galleria however this time the majority of my meetings were in the Energy Corridor area. I was extremely impressed with how clean, spacious and quiet the rooms were. Top notch! Will stay here again.

Out of all the Best Western facilities I have visited, this would not be my number 1 choice. Staff and facility were all very pleasant. Rooms were extremely large as what I have experienced. Complimentary breakfast was an A+, not just cereal, fruit or minimal but a real hot breakfast. Excellent service and excellent staff.

We could not have picked a more comfortable and beautiful place to stay during the week of our daughter's wedding in Houston. The staff was kind, courteous, and very supportive of our needs in preparation to this big day. Staying at Best Western Energy Corridor made our week all the more happier. Thank you.

This is an amazing hotel. The rooms were great and the beds comfy. The whole appearance of the hotel was fantastic and everything was very clean and cared for. We didn't get to have breakfast as we got up to late but the breakfast area is very big. Everyone here was also very helpful and friendly. Will definitely look for the premier hotels from now on.

The hotel looked so new and nice! The bed was amazing, the breakfast was awesome, would definitely stay here again! The pool was also very nice! The only thing I would complain about is the hotel has a bar that at 10PM was not operating. But that's it!

This property is lovely! Spacious rooms, a large lobby, and an even better spa/pool outside! The check in process was a breeze even though i arrived fairly late around 11pm. I did not get to try the breakfast but the cafe area set up was organized and extremely clean. I will definitely be coming back soon!

Very clean hotel, excellent staff. This is a great place to stay. Location was good for us. I will definitely stay here again if I am in Houston. The breakfast is legit. Probably one of the best breakfasts I have had at a hotel that offers one.

My family and I stayed at the Best Western Premier in Katy, TX on 6/3/17. We were in town visiting my boyfriend's parents which live about 10 minutes south of the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the modern decor and cleanliness of the rooms and the awesome breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, coffee, cereal, pastries, etc.). It is kind of early (6:30-9:30) but worth it. The front desk attendants were nice and helpful as well. Free coffee was available at all times in the lobby. Other amenities included the fitness center, pool, and business center. The one elevator is the only thing that makes this hotel feel like its small (there are only 3 floors but 2 elevators would be nice). One thing that annoyed me at night was this clicking sound, similar to someone turning a light switch on and off, about every 30 seconds. I think it's something to do with the electric wiring in the walls but for someone who needs all the right sleeping conditions to sleep, this was annoying as heck. I eventually put some toilet paper in my ears and fell asleep within 5 minutes. The showers were amazing, great water pressure and temperature. Didn't want to get out! Overall, great stay and would definitely stay here again while visiting Katy. We had two rooms (1 king and 1 double) for $125 on Expedia and $101 on Hotwire. I think that these were reasonably priced for the what you get.

Our family of 4, including 2 boys age 11 and 13 spent one night here for a family graduation. We had a room with two queen beds and a couch. There was plenty of room and one of the boys chose to sleep on the couch. We enjoyed the space, wifi for Netflix, gym and complimentary breakfast. Would recommend and would come back.

Excellent location. Front staff went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied with our room. Breakfast was good. I do wish the A.C would get colder at night, otherwise no complaints. I would recommend staying at this location.

Stayed here four times for business. This beautiful hotel is spotless. Staff is friendly and there's a security guard patrolling the parking lot at night. We felt very safe here. There's complimentary HBO and Cinemax. There's free cookies in the evening. Rooms have a refrigerator and microwave which we used. The breakfast is fabulous with an omelette station, plus many other options. We did not use the pool or fitness center but they looked clean. The only negative, which is very minor, is I'd like half-n-half for my coffee instead of artificial creamers. Overall a great place to stay and we'll be back!

We were very satusfied with our stay at this hotel! Definitely will be back if we are ever in town again. The check in desk was friendly and available, we've been to a few hotels where he front desk staff is chatting with friends or just not present at all. The beds are SO COMFORTABLE! The bathroom is clean and well set up. Our room didn't have a tub but we weren't travelling with kids so it was a non-issue. The shower was pretty amazing.
