Best Western Intracoastal Inn

The room was well appointed and clean. Bathroom was renovated. Daily service was very good. Bill, at the front desk, was very helpful. The breakfast entree was a little different every day and the buffet included the the standard breakfast fare.

My booking with the Best Western Intracoastal Inn came in the 11th hour. I had previously booked several rooms at a different area hotel (a Wyndham property) and the conditions were deplorable. Fixtures were hanging from the ceiling, the door appeared to have been kicked in and there was no security lock, there were holes in the walls, and there was no hot water. Needing to find more suitable accommodations for myself and others in my group, I called the Best Western Intracoastal Inn. Bill at the front desk was incredibly accommodating. He found us three rooms, and minutes later I was checked-in, unpacked, and ready for the day. This sounds hokey, but Bill and the other gentleman at the front desk made us feel right at home. It didn't feel like we were staying at a hotel, it felt like we were visiting old friends. As I checked out, Bill invited us to come back. It didn't feel like a pushy sales pitch, it felt sincere, like a friend saying on your way out of town, "Now I hope you'll come back and see us again soon." This stay was for a business trip, and I'm already planning to return with my family to stay at the Best Western Intracoastal Inn to catch some Spring Training games with my family.

Hotel was nice. Rooms are a good size & come with fridge & coffee maker. Bathroom has a large shower. Breafast had good variety. Internet was a bit spotty. Place is clean & location was good. Would stay at hotel again

A nice place to stop. Cost is a bit overpriced for what you get. They made the beds every other day, not sure if they ever vacuumed, and changed the towels every day. The place was nice, but could be great. They surely need to clean the pool. It isn't very well maintained. I think they are at a level of "it good enough" instead of making your stay better. The people are very nice however. Might wanna start upgrading the rooms.

Lovely location, clean rooms and property, terrific breakfast . Big walk in shower , fluffy towels , mini fridge, lots of channels on TV, nice stand alone closet and plenty of hangers and cubbies for our stuff. We did not have the chance to walk the Intracoastal sidewalk but it looked beautiful !! This is one of the nicest Best Westerns we've stayed in on our winter vacation.

Better than I expected, very clean rooms,good beds ,pocket doors in my room should be replaced,TV good, breakfast buffet typical but very edible.Staff, including Bill and Shannon at front check in very hospitable and friendly.Returning later in Spring

My husband and I stayed at the Best Western a couple weeks ago before our company Christmas party at a nearby location. The rooms we exceptionally clean and comfortable. The view out the back was very nice to sit out and relax. Bill at the front desk was as friendly and helpful as can be. Great location. I would definitely stay there again.

Great little hotel in very convenient location. We were there for one night for a business trip. Will definitely stay again for this trip next year. Bill at the front desk was very helpful and we appreciate all he did for us!

Updated rooms with a nice hot breakfast buffet make this value hotel a great non-beach front choice. It is only a few minutes from great restaurants and the Maltz Jupiter theater (which is why we were there) and beach access at a public park on the Atlantic. Front desk guru, Bill, offered lots of recommendations.

We been twice at this hotel. Nice, quiet and with a beautiful view. Our first stay was so nice that we decided to go back couple of month after when our boys got to play another tournament. Convenient 15 minutes drive to Roger Dean Complex. Bill is a super nice person, always with good recommendations for a great deal at restaurants close by. We'll be coming back every time we need a place to stay at Jupiter.

Just want to give a big shout out to the folks here. I made my reservation online at first, then realizing I'd made a mistake so I called them directly and spoke to Bill N. who was absolutely fantastic. When I arrived a couple of weeks later, I was very happy with my choice. The next day, I met Bill in person and he's just like he is on the phone. Warm, friendly, and ever so helpful. He also has a fantastic sense of humor. Gave great directions as I was walking in the area, not driving. All in all, the reason for my visit was sad, but it was a great place to stay. Thank you!

We came to Jupiter for a 2 day stay. Bill checked us in and was very helpful. I asked for a room overlooking the inter coastal and he found exactly what we were looking for. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay. Quiet and pleasant. Has a great walkway at the back although it is not hotel property. It leads to the Yacht Club where there is a restaurant. There is also Burrito Social near the Yacht Club for Mexican food. Bill is the man you need to see and meet. He is kind and caring and will make your stay exceptional!

we decided last minute to do a staycation. so i found this property, it was soooooo awesome... Bill at the front desk, was nothing shy or AWESOME, he certainly made our trip extra fun... he was very helpful with coupons, brochures, etc the hotel its self was good. beds were comfortable, pool was great.. outside view beautiful.. breakfast is what you expect for free breakfast at hotel.. not bad.. not the ritz

Bill and Jay were great help in planning fun activities and rides. The service was great and the room was very clean. Breakfast served every morning! The location is nice, you can walk through the yacht club and easily access restraunts. The beach is about a 5 minute drive, super easy!!

This place is amazing! Bill is wonderful! He is such an asset to this Hotel! The rooms were clean and updated. The river walk is right behind the Hotel, just take a right across the water to restaurants and shopping. Close to the beach. Great little spot.

This is our second visit to this location always comfortable and cozy. Bill at the front desk is always helpful with things to do and places to eat! And always has a smile on his face! We love that it is right by a the water and you can walk the board walk!

The Inn was kept very nice & clean. Our main review though is for Bill at the front desk. Absolutely anything we needed he had all the information & answers : from restaurants , Ubers , Zeke rides ,fishing , shopping and he always new how many miles to get there. Always with a great smile & wonderful personality . We would come back & stay here just to see Bill . Its very hard today to find employees with the passion that Bill displays.

The room was clean. Bed was great. Bill, at the front desk, made our stay so enjoyable. He was professional and treated us just the way we would treat a friend. Just who you want at reception! We look forward to visiting again this year.

I had high hopes for this place due to the many great reviews, maybe they had an off night. We checked in to find that our room was not clean at all. Bathroom floor was filthy dirty,. Both full-length mirrors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in some time...fingerprints, smears, dust, even lip marks, gross! Then oddly there was a big kleenex stuffed into the peephole in the door. Sketchy, won't be returning.

Bill was the first front desk leader that I distinctly recognized as being genuine and intentional with his guest interactions. Between being enthusiastic about the area, patient with our questions, and warm and welcoming, we have very positive reviews about our first BW visit because of Bill. We will definitely choose this site next time we visit because of him. Thanks Bill!

Bill at the front desk is so informative and could be a tour guide pointing out the local eateries and where to find the specials. We have visiting this BW location several times over the past few years before Covid. Rooms are clean and the pool is now open as well as the breakfast area. Bill obviously enjoys talking with guests and helping to make th emost of their trip to Jupiter.

We loved our stay at Best western Jupiter. So welcoming and helpful staff. Joe and Bill always have a smile on their face when we came in. The kids loved the boardwalk just outside and the pool. New upgraded rooms that were big and cosy. We will come back again.

I stayed at the Best Western Intracoastal Inn from July 14th - 17th. Bill was helpful and suggested near by restaurants that I could get to by foot. Bill was very kind, friendly, and informative. Every day I passed by the desk he smiled and said hello. He went out of his way to make my stay was enjoyable.The nicest guy you'd ever want to meet. We need more people in this world like Bill.

The front desk clerk, Bill, was humorous and informative.. The pool area, the river walk and the breakfast in the lobby were some of the most enjoyable at our stay.. The host in the Kitchen kept everything neat & filled.

The riverwalk in back of the hotel is very nice. It goes all the way around to the yacht club. There are benches and it is very serence. In the hotel, the common area has coffee all day and breakfast in the morning. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a pool with a tiki hut. Close to a lot of things. Dean was very friendly and welcoming. We will stay here again!

The purpose of my stay was a dive trip with Jupiter Dive center. The dive shop recommended this location as they do for all of their customers. Having never stayed here before, I didn't know what to expect. All of the staff were super friendly and we were always greeted with a smile and a conversation. The breakfast in the morning was always good and placed out with care and someone was always there to make sure it stayed stocked. What a great place to stay.

Clean, affordable, and great management! Bill is hilarious and will give you the scoop of the best restaurants and things to do around Jupiter. Highly recommend! We will be back here if we visit Jupiter again.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel was extremely clean and well appointed. Breakfast was included and the coffee was good. Great location on waterway and beautiful walkway, especially at night. Pool was clean and plenty of shade under large grass umbrellas. We really enjoyed out stay here and the price was good. I've paid more at other hotels that had less amenities and were not as nice.

This hotel was great. We were greeted by Bill who Was welcoming, hysterical and had great recommendations. Room was clean and very sufficient for our weekend stay. Breakfast was good. We will be back!

This hotel was newly remodeled in the bathrooms. It was a clean hotel. We had rented 3 rooms for 3 nights each and Hank was wonderful at check in. Bill also gave us great tips on the tiki bar river ride that you could walk to along the river walk and gave us restaurant advise too. Both Bill and Hank were very helpful!!

Very overpriced for the quality of the rooms. Peeling paint in hallway and rooms, water stains on the ceiling, paperthin walls as we could hear the couple next-door talking very loudly at 6 AM on a Saturday morning. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor which we did report when checking out. The breakfast was fantastic and the front desk staff was kind, informative and friendly.

Bill at the front desk is fantastic. He gave us a wonderful briefing of the area and recommendations on where to go to eat, etc. His recommendations were all excellent. He also told us everything we needed to know about hotel services. The rest of the staff was courteous and helpful. Good location.

The hotel is in a perfect location in Jupiter on the waterway and walking distance to the ocean. We have been staying here for many years. One additional thing is how helpful the folks at the front desk are. I wanted to write a review for many of our stays for Joe at the front desk. Joe has always helped us with our reservations and took care of everything while we were there. The front desk represents the whole hotel. Joe is great !

The pricing of the Best Western is what made me book it. I booked it directly with the hotel and spoke to someone named Bill. Bill was very helpful. Before I even booked it, he told me all the good restaurants to go to and a few of the ins and out around Jupiter. The hotel and the room is very clean, although you have to tell them when you want the rooms cleaned or else housekeeping does not come. That was something they did not tell me when I checked in. I can't say this about all the bedding, but my sheets appeared to be old because I could feel the little pillings on my legs. There is a small pool - no lifeguard. Breakfast was included with the price of the room. I would say it's ok. It was the same thing, more or less every day in chafing dishes, Yogurts (Activia), toast, eggs either scrambled or omelet style, potatoes, and I believe sausage once in a while. I did see pancakes one day. I ate the same thing for 3 days, yogurt and a piece of toast with peanut butter. By the 4th day, I needed something different and headed out to Lazy Loggerhead Cafe. Overall, I would stay there again both for the pricing and the cleanliness of the hotel.

This is an exceptional Best Western. Have stayed here a number of times, never had a bad experience. Convenient area and free parking, although you can walk to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Staff are always very helpful and professional. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast area and lobby are always immaculate. This is a real review.

Front desk manager/owner was excellent. Friendly, efficient and totally helpful. Hotel, although an older building has been remodeled and is in very good condition.Hotel is in a good location to get around the North Palm Beach County area. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, amusements , and activities available. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to North Palm Beach area

Very clean rooms. Very reasonably priced for this area. Wonderful location, Highly recommend. Second time we have stayed here and both times no complaints. Front desk very accommodating and we didn't use the breakfast service but it looked good.

Very friendly staff and good location. Easily get around using Zeke's golf cart taxi. The pillows and coffee leave much to be desired, but overall it is a great value for the money. The rooms were quiet and clean. The breakfast was your normal type, nothing fancy but enough to fill you up. It's stay again if I'm in the area.

We booked by travel site 5 months ahead with an amazing deal. Well before arriving we contacted the property direct that we would be a very late arrival. They noted it with no issues. We arrived at the hotel at midnight after a 14-hour drive. The desk clerk as soon as we walked in said very loud and rudely “Hope you have reservations”. We stated we did and proceeded to show them. He would not even look. Asked the name and hardly looked and said you do not have anything booked and we are sold out anyway. I tried to show the confirmation again and he said he didn't care. And if it was third party it was not his problem. Never looked up throwing papers around. One other person was dealing with the same in the lobby having their travel group call and he refused to answer the main phone. He offered a room the next night for over 3 times the cost we had booked and said he would not honor the price of online bookings. He over and over said loud it was not his problem it was midnight, and he didn't care. Next day found they charged us for the stay! If we did not have the reservations as he insisted, how did they have our billing information… Found out later every hotel was booked due to a local sporting event and prices had jumped… We know they gave ours away, but this “gentleman” was well past rude, hatful and other descriptions. This person should NOT continue to work as customer service in any field much less be employed there. We travel a lot and will NOT have any stays at a Best Western or associated property.

Room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful to find restaurants to eat at. It's an older property but well maintained. We were happy with the breakfast. Only downfall is housekeeping, is not daily but due to the current worker issues but it is understandable.

We stayed here on a recent diving trip. The room was nice and clean, the breakfast buffet was good, and the staff were friendly and accommodating (allowed us a late checkout so that we could shower after our dives before our long drive home). Good location less than 10 minutes away from where Scuba Works boat is docked. Will stay here again on our next dive trip.

The extra perks for being a rewards member really pays off. The Bester Western Intercostal in Jupiter, FL has the perfect location for balancing relaxation, business, and fun. The notel sits on the intercostal and has an amazing view and captures Florida's beauty. The hotel is in walking distance of great restaurants and local shops.

I will never come back here again. Husband checked me in as I waited in the car. They assumed he did not have a reservation and told him no vacancies. Hubby says i do have a reservation. Front desk said oh we have one that just came up or said opened up. He gets through that. We unload the car into room. I then come out to walk the property, but ask the same employees where is the pool. They say it's closed until wed and can't even sit on the deck. I stood on the first floor and there is water damage throughout. You can see a line on wall two feet from floor where water was. None of these facts were disclosed on website. The main reasons for checking was to spend a few days to recover from a surgery, be poolside and walk the bridge. There is clearly water damage throughout and when we asked about it at the front desk we were lied to and told no flood/water damage. The second attendant offered me another room but it would take a while. He never got back to me. We asked a cleaning lady and she admitted yes there was. My room ceiling also had bubbling peeling paint in both bathroom and sleeping area. They have drink vending machines that only take dollars, a kitchen without even filtered water. There is a coffee machine in the room. Do they expect I use tap water? Gross. I came back today and saw room was not even cleaned. That was it for me. Ended up checking out a night early. Hubby gave joe, night front desk clerk, the key back and advised room never got cleaned. He seemed like I was bothering him at work asking about it. Said I had to call and ask to get room cleaned. He says oh they should have told you. I say no did not know. I find that weird as they barely had any guests there judging by the parking lot. I advised Joe I did not have a good stay. He says to me"whatever."

Great location, price and facility. Everyone is super nice. Bill at the front is the nicest and most knowledgeable man! Let him guide you to the best of everything Jupiter has to offer. We live in north Florida, but travel to Jupiter often and this is out go to hotel! You will not be disappointed!

We had previously stayed at this hotel before COVID-19 and decided we needed a short getaway to enjoy some freedom since we are vaccinated. This hotel did not disappoint it was very clean and the staff as friendly and helpful as we remembered. The breakfast although scaled back was good and we will be returning soon

Great visit! Bill at the front desk was super helpful and friendly, and he had excellent recommendations! Great value. The rooms were clean, and the pool area offered both covered table space and a full pool outdoors.

On the water, nice little Hotel. The room are good for the price, bed is a 3.5 on 5, cleanliness 4 on five. Breakfast good be a lot better, missing a expresso machine, whole bread, lacking a choice of non dairy milk (eg Almond milk). I am Diabetic and found literally not to eat for breakfast, so I didn't have any.

Great water front location, super close to beach, dining and activities. Great staff, very clean. Will definitely be back in December for the Boat Parade which can be viewed from the Riverwalk on the intracoastal waterway behind the hotel

I came to Jupiter Beach for a quick get-a-way/family event! This was the perfect location for everything. Close to the beaches, activities and restaurants. This is a no fuss no muss hotel. The room was clean, staff was friendly & helpful, especially Jay and Bill! Loved the walking path behind the hotel beautiful intercoastal views. I would stay here again. Breakfast was simple and easy.

We were in the area for a wedding and only stayed one night. I asked for an early check-in, which we got. The hotel is on the inner-coastal and was very nice. Bill at the front desk make our visit very enjoyable, and we would certainly stay here again if in the area.

I spent 4 nights here while I was in town for my best friend's wedding. It was perfect for what I needed. The only disappointment was the bagged breakfast even after most COVID restrictions have been lifted. Overall, the hotel was clean. The front desk staff was very personable and helpful during the entirety of my stay. I would stay here again if need be!

What a pleasant surprise! Needed a day trip hotel to show my wife the Jupiter area... had to make last minute reservations...most of my first choice hotels were booked for the holiday weekend! Called the hotel directly to book a room and had a first class experience with the gentleman (Bill) that answered the phone and was working the front desk. He was very friendly and helpful...went to great lengths to accommodate my wishes for a room with a view of the Intercoastal waterway. The rest of the staff that we had any interaction with were also very helpful! The location is great... very accessible for walking to some great local attractions, and a few minutes drive to most everything else.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! From check in to check out, it was an amazing experience. The staff was friendly, our room exceeded our expectations and the location was perfect! Definitely a warm and inviting environment! It felt like home.

Friendly staff, our room was perfect, our beds were extremely comfortable and it was a beautiful location to watch the boats pass by. From the minute we walked in, it felt like home. Thee most relaxing trip I've had in a long time. We will be back!!

The hallways and rooms are old and dirty. The hallways smelled like body odor. The place is old. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The rooms are outdated. This comment has nothing to do with Covid.

We stayed here for one night to do a shark dive with Emerald Charters. We checked in and met the nicest receptionists ever. They were kind, relaxed, knowledgeable, and gave some great recommendations! After quickly dropping our luggage in the simple standard room We chose to walk the river walk. We could walk all the way to the Marina (wow $$$$ privateYachts )and what was considered “downtown” Jupiter which was some poppin restaurants. We found the hotel to not have any views or anything special, but the people were kind. We were here during COVID so breakfast was grab and go. Fruit was available as was coffee and tea 24/7. A simple, quiet, and budget choice with a great location! We would stay again.

I stayed at the Best Western in Jupiter and the location is fantastic, but even more fantastic was my contact with the front desk! Bill was amazing!! He went out of his way to help me and was the most friendly staff member I have ever met in a hotel hands down! The hotel is clean, the pool is clean, there is a walkway to the intracoastal, what more could you ask for? This was an amazing stay for me and I could not say more for the staff. Every staff member I came in contact with was super friendly. I have to say that Bill was the reason I went out of my way to write a review. If you are visiting the Palm Beach/Jupiter area, stay at the Best Western Intracoastal Inn AND be sure to make contact with Bill at the front desk! You will not be disappointed.

The location is fantastic, as it's right on the walkway and the Intracoastal waterway. The shower in the room was nice also, and Bill was very helpful when we checked in. But, the wallpaper in the hallway leading to the rooms is taped together with masking tape, and the baseboards have been removed. There was a sign stating that they were remodeling, but we never saw anyone working. One of the night front desk attendants was always at the front door smoking when we returned in the evening. We were chastised for not knowing that we needed to set out trash and dirty towels, when we asked for new towels (even though we were not given direction to do so).

Great hotel with reasonable rates, a great staff, super clean and well appointed rooms, and a nice pool on the waterway to boot!! It's easy driving distance to the beach, and lots of great restaurants.

We visited this location in March to visit family. We were pleased to see that the rooms had been updated since our last visit. Rooms were clean, location convenient and service was excellent. Will stay here again.

This hotel was amazing! The location is great and proximity to a lot of fun stuff is ideal. The front desk service - specifically in my experience - BILL - is the absolute best! Knowledgeable, accommodating, extremely willing to share local spots and suggestions (which I took him up on) - provided for a fantastic experience for the weekend I stayed... I will DEFINITELY be back!!

What you get is a nice clean room, a firm bed, good water pressure, a very friendly and engaging staff eager to please you, and a great location in Jupiter bordering on the Riverwalk. I give this hotel 5 stars not because it is a 5 star hotel, but you get 5 star value for the price, which is hard to find in South Florida in the height of the season.

We had a large group stay here during Peak Season. What a great Staff! Bill, Jay and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make us all feel like welcome guest! Yes this is not a Ritz Carlton but it is CELAN, well kept and the staff is FANTASTIC!

Whenever myself or my in-laws are in Jupiter, FL...we always stay at the BW Intracoastal Inn. The customer service is top notch and the rooms/amenities are perfect. We won't stay at any other hotel in the area.

We were very aggravated because the website said "breakfast included". We went down for breakfast and there was nothing! The man at the front desk said "How can we serve breakfast during covid'? We recently stayed at another chain and they had prewrapped items. We were so hungry when we left, it took about 30 minutes to find a place and then had to pay for a breakfast we had not planned on. I just feel like the website was very misleading.

This is a great little place to stay. It's older, but kept up. The gentlemen who work the front desk couldn't be nicer or more helpful. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet so sleeping was great. It is set far enough back off the main road so you don't hear the cars.

Came to see youngest brother and nieces with mom and brother. These guys are awesome, haven't been here in 3 years and Mister Joe was still here, my favorite guy. He's always been super awesome to us and helpful.

We love staying at the Best Western Intracoastal because of the location, the boardwalk right behind the hotel and the BED!!! Oh my god, the bed is so comfortable. It's probably the best 2 nights sleep I have gotten in soooo long! We always come to Jupiter for a get away because of the water, the things to do and places to go. We love it, and everytime we have gone, we stay here at the Best Western and have NEVER had an issue. The only thing I want to know is, what brand mattress do you guys have? Seriously!

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel ... especially at this time of the COVID19, it was very clean and very nice! The view is awesome from the end rooms! We could see the intracoastal from our room! Check-in was a breeze due to the gentleman who checked us in ... gave us lots of information on nearby restaurants .....he was VERY GOOD!

Our scuba diving group stays at this wonderful property over 10 weekends per year. We love the hotel and the staff. The property is modern with superb amenities. The pool area is lovely overlooking the intercoastal waterway. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

The hotel is well placed and very comfortable. It's easy walking to the Dive Bar, Food Shack and Sala Thai. There is a riverside walk just by the front door which is a good way to avoid the traffic and have a nice stroll and there is a good beach a short drive away. And best of all they have a very helpful man called Bill who sorted out a tricky problem with the BW Rewards Programme for us. Thanks a lot Bill - much appreciated.

We showed up at 10pm with a guaranteed late arrival to find our 2 rooms cancelled without notification. Best Western has an online policy of waiting for guests to arrive before running their credit cards through as opposed to day of reservation. They ran my card the morning of our arrival to find it declined because the card had been replaced for fraudulent activity. If they had followed the Best Western policy, we would have arrived and I would have provided them with a working card. I will go out of my way to tell people NOT to book at this Best Western ever. The corporate brand was also diminished when we called them and they told us that we had to call back in the morn To get email confirmations upon booking and then a follow up the day before arrival to welcome us and tell us "looking forward to our arrival" only to show up to have 2 rooms canceled with no options and an incredibly rude front desk person NOT be able to help us was completely unacceptable. I can't tell you how upset I still am at the entire experience Nothing good about this experience. The resst of the rating is based on the 1 room they upcharged us for where 4 of us crammed in to that one space. This is all direct experience.

no gym. breakfast not alot of options like other best westerns. stayed on 1st floor and air conditioner from 2nd floor was dripping and noise woke us up, did not stop and we had to check out of hotel.

Being a handicapped veteran I reserved a handicapped room months in advance,but upon my arrival was told they only had ONE and it was occupied.I then asked for a shower chair and was told they had NONE I will report my experience to Americans With Disabilities Act and other governmental agencies.

Just a run down hotel. Our room had old worn bed linens An armoire placed half way against the wall and covering half of the adjoining door leading to next room with a nailed board above it. Room was dark with an old tv and the lamp between the bed had little light and the receptacle at the base of the lamp would not hold the charger plug for my phone. The hotel is under construction with chairs stacked at the end of the hallway on the second floor with old curtains in boxes. We decided to leave the same day! Not comfortable at all.

My daughter and I flew down to Jupiter, Florida for a family funeral and had never been to the area. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful in directing us to the best restaurants and beach areas. Breakfast was wonderful and the server was so friendly and kind. It was located right in the middle of everything we wanted to see and do.

Our entire experience was a positive one! Front Desk staff Bill and Sylvana were very helpful and friendly. Bill gave us directions in navigating us throughout our stay. Also gave restaurant suggestions! Very Nice.

Great hotel - great staff. River walk is nice, places to eat within walking distance. Staff gave recommendations for eating that were perfect. Went to Lion Country Safari, about an hours drive away, plenty of other things to do in the area.

Recently renovated, very clean and new furniture. Jenny with housekeeping was extremely friendly and helpful. Tomica in the breakfast kitchen was enjoyable to talk to every morning and made sure we were well taken care of. Silvana, Bill, Joe and Hank were all very polite and professional at the front desk. The pool was very nice and the boardwalk to the yacht club was a nice plus for an evening stroll.

We used to live in the Jupiter area so we knew that this location was very good -- it's on the intracoastal, plus an easy drive to the beach with the added bonus of a short walk on the boardwalk to one of our favorite nearby restaurants, The Dive Bar, not to mention being also very walkable to the nearby newly expanded Harbourside Place a few minutes up the intracoastal, with more restaurants and shopping there. Our room was clean and updated. I thought the air conditioner was a little bit on the noisy side at night which woke me a few times, though it kept the room cool. The free breakfast was good quality, with the usual selection of eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, fruit, pastries, etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. My biggest, in fact my only real complaint and the reason I'm only giving it 3 stars and not 4 is that the beds were surprisingly *not* comfortable. Over the past nearly 30 years, I've stayed in a lot of hotels but BW Intracoastal really needs to upgrade their beds which, at least in our room, were far too hard. I commented to my husband that it felt like we were sleeping on padded bricks. He agreed with me. I don't have back problems and yet woke with a stiff lower back and sore hips and shoulders. Again, this is a nice hotel for its price point, in a very good location. But as much as I liked it for all the reasons listed above I won't stay again unless I know they've upgraded their bed quality.

We normally stay at a hotel closer to our Dive Shop but we've been having issues with that hotel. Decided to give Best Western a try and everyone was pleasantly surprised with everything associated with this hotel. Best Western is now our hotel of choice!!

We stayed at this hotel for one evening, everything was great. We stayed on the second floor and had a beautifully remodeled bathroom. The hotel was nice and quiet and clean and the wi-fi worked well. The parking was ample and the hotel seemed to be in a nice area. It was everything I would expect. I would stay here again.

Have stayed multiple times. Always a great visit. The staff is fantastic. Sylvia at the front desk is fabulous and Jay the assistant took care of a problem I had promptly and efficiently. Never disappointed and highly recommend.

Spent two nights here. Had a really nice time. Lucked out and got one of the best rooms right next to the pool. Best rooms are 126,127,226 & 227. These are all adjacent to the pool and the intercostal. A beautiful walk along a boardwalk quickly takes you to the Dive Bar which was a great place. Also, just a quick car ride to other great restaurants and attractions. Staff was very friendly. They offer breakfast but I'm not a morning person so I never made it down. Overall I would recommend a stay here. Enjoy!

Quick drive or walk will get you everywhere you want to be in Jupiter. Decent pool, includes breakfast, near restaurants and the beach. Facility and room were clean, beds comfy, quiet location, accommodating staff. Not overly fancy but does the job.

The reception staff were excellent, we arrived early and were allowed in our room, the lady receptionist kindly gave us a map of local area which was very helpful .The hotel is well located and the waterway out the back is perfect for a walk. The breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We chose this Best Western becasuse of the location. Primarily because it is close to our daughter and granddaughters. It is a short drive to the beach. There is a River Walk just behind the pool area in the rear of the building that will take you to a major shopping and restaurant area. The accomodations were standard for a Best Western. While the room was small, it was updated and kept clean. The staff will go out of their way to provide service such as pool towels. The breakfast bar offers plenty of choices. The rate is reasonable for Jupiter, Florida. I would suggest two adjoining rooms for families with children.

The Best Western Intercoastal Inn is a great place to stay, with restaurants, supermarket and shopping all within easy walking distance from the hotel. Although the rooms could do with some modernisation, the bed was superbly comfortable, and all the usual amenities, fridge & microwave were available in the room. Check in & out was seamless, and the front dest personal were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was available, and although not comprehensive, it was enough to start the day well, and kept me sustained until evening.

Staff was friendly. The rooms and pools were clean. the carpet was a little torn up by the bathroom. There is no hotel restaurant/bar but there is one about 1/3 a mile walk away. Overall I would head back over there!

I was extremely pleased with this room and stay. Management went above and beyond to try an accommodate my early check in. Room was exceptionally clean and breakfast was filling. I will definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed at this property for two nights (April 6 and 7) before heading on a cruise in Miami. We chose this hotel for its location and views. Our room was immaculate and breakfast was available fresh daily. Front Desk Staff was professional, friendly and did not hesitate to answer any questions. We will definitely stay here next time we're in Florida.

Tamika was incredible! We were visiting for my sisters wedding. Her customer service went above and beyond. The pool was beautiful and the location was close to everything! Five stars for this location!

Stayed for five days and it was very enjoyable. The rooms are not fancy but clean and the breakfast is pretty good for starting the day off. It's nice to sit out back or around the pool and watch people stroll along the walkway. Close to many good restaurants and walked to a few at the harbor. The Dive Rar was excellent. Just a short drive to Guanabanas, the Square Grouper and the Tiki Bar. All highly recommended. 12 minutes to Roger Dean Stadium. 5 minute drive to Juno Beach and the Turtle Sanctuary - also highly recommended.

Tried to get pillow from housekeeping apparently they go home before you check in bbq there you can get things from the front desk, hopefully later tonite someone can help me, bathroom storage space about 120sq in.let's see how our 3night stay turns out

We spent two nights here in a spacious room with very comfortable beds and amenities. Bedroom and bathrooms were spotless as were the bed linens and carpet. The staff was so helpful and friendly, and they serve a full breakfast. The property is on the Intracoastal Waterway. The rooms do not face the water, but the pool is right beside it. The view is gorgeous. Also, there is a wonderful walkway out onto the water which starts right beside the property. Gorgeous. We will stay here again on our next Florida visit.

We were disappointed with our accomodations. We stayed for 6 nights. Our room was vacuumed one time. Our towels and face cloths were not replaced each day and the toilet paper was not restocked. There was a desk chair and two hotel chairs in the room - we would have been happy with just one comfortable chair to sit in. The pool area was occupied by smokers each time we went to use it - not the place to be for someone with asthma. The eggs on the continental breakfast were mostly rubbery, the bacon was paper thin and tasteless; however the sausage was good and the waffle maker worked properly. The coffee and juice tasted fine.

Love the location of this hotel, right on the Intracoastal. Front desk staff was cheerful and welcoming. Our room was very clean, with a newly updated bath. A real plus was the Riverwalk that runs behind the hotel...a peaceful, pleasant place to stroll with that first cup of coffee in the morning. The pool area is attractive with a few little thatch-roof shelters where we enjoyed a lunch one day in the shade. Breakfast was typical hot breakfast fare with excellent coffee and friendly, cheerful staff. Would definitely stay again.

It was clean and bright., Breakfast was tasty and the hotel was conveniently located . We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel used it for sleeping, showe, etc,.so I can not comment on any other amenities.

This is a typical budget friendly hotel. The rooms are being updated throughout. There is a small pool out back near the waterway and marina. The breakfast is what you expect for free. The staff is helpful and friendly. Location is perfect for any activities in the area.

It's a nice place ,clean , and friendly staff. They do offer breakfast but not until 7. Plenty of restaurants around to eat at. Close to several different dive shops. Close to the highway also. Depending on when you go can be a little pricey.

front desk was rude- miserable! We encountered a leak in the room (after a night of rain)- called the front desk to advise- was told- "yea the AC leaks when it rains" REALLY so you know there is an issue- and dnt repair

We had a room reservation for tonight, and had the car all packed up ready to go. We took the kids to their ice skating lessons this morning, and unfortunately my 4 year old broke his leg!! When I got a chance ( late afternoon), I called the hotel to let them know that we were not going to make it to the hotel, and although I had paid a nonrefundable rate in advance, they were very generous in crediting me under the circumstances. They did not have to credit me based on the type of reservation I made, and I cannot convey how appreciative I am. What a great business. I will definitely use Best Western hotels when traveling in the future!

Back again and will return! Great location, river walk and close to beach. They don't charge for beach parking inJuno or Jupiter. Nice to go when you want and stay as long as you want. Breakfast Great. One of the few Hotels where the bacon is crips not sitting in grease!! Desk extremely helpful and frendly

The good: Great location backing to the new walking path that lead to shops and restaurants. Nice staff, clean pool, and decent breakfast. Updated baths and comfortable bed. Not so good: rooms need new paint, carpet and better soundproofing. Windows do NOT open. Pool is NOT heated, no pool bathroom, and front fountain is broken. No gym or hot tub. Good for a night or two but only if the price is right.

This is a nice hotel with great location and view of waterway. It is close to shopping, and great diningas well as the beach. The staff is excellent ( Sylvava and Joe ). The pool is nice with shade area if needed.

Great location on the intercostal waterway in Jupiter. Riverwalk directly out back next to the amazing swimming pool. Great breakfast. Under remodeling rooms but kept neat and tidy. Surrounded by great restaurants, shopping centers and golf courses.

This has the potential to be a great hotel but I had horrible service. I clearly ruined the front desk staff's day when I asked if I could check in before 3pm. She made me feel very uncomfortable. Once I was finally in the room I was not impressed. Housekeeping forgot to stock toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, etc), the big spa tub they promoted did not work, the iron did not work, and the hairdryer did not work. The internet would not stay connected to any of my devices. I'm hoping this hotel can get it's act together because the boardwalk behind it was great and it is affordable.

Spent one night at this location recently and was pleased with our stay. Check in was simple and the staff was friendly. The room was fairly plain but clean and appeared to be updated not too long ago. The bed and pillows were just ok but I've had worse in more expensive places. Highlights are definitely the free breakfast and curt pool area.

This is a really nice hotel. Rooms are clean staff is nice and there is a beautiful board walk behind the hotel. The breakfast is awesome and Ms. Tomica that's responsible for the breakfast is just wonderful! She does a awesome job :)

In the area for a weekend of scuba diving. I called and was able to get in a very early check-in so my stuff didn't have to stay in the car. Hotel and room were very clean, breakfast was very nice. Due to an unexpected change, they were very accommodating when I asked about a checkout as 12:30pm which saved me the cost of an extra night. Will definitely stay here for future trips.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and front desk service. This hotel has a nice river walk with benches to rest; ideal for people who cannot walk far. Great price for the value! Nice breakfast buffet with a variety of hot and cold food. Coffee was awesome!

Nice Hotel right on the inter-coastal and river walk. Rooms are clean, bathroom newly remodeled. The breakfast buffet is good. Can't beat the price for the location. We will always come to this hotel. Five minutes from Carlin Park(Beach)

I'll gladly say this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The wife and I travel quite often and have stayed at many hotels. From 5 stars to the roach coaches, This hotel "IS" one of the best we've ever stayed in!! Excellent service throughout all employee's, Excellent comfort, FANTASTIC VIEWS with an amazing walking trail over the water!! All of this and more at an Amazing price! If you ever find yourself in the Jupiter area be sure to stay at this fantastic place!! You will be thoroughly satisfied.

Superb facilities. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the bed wonderful. Staff are friendly and the breakfast before diving is outstanding. The pool and cabana are a great place to relax after dives and the lobby is comfortable for any meetings in air conditioned comfort.

Great stay very close to restaurants can walk to entertainment staff very nice great outside patio and tiki bar, even tho tiki bar not open pool looked great easy to get to hotel decent price breakfast eggs were not good, but rest of breakfast was

Horrible stay. No manager on sight to problem solve .There was a nasty old Jacuzzi in the middle of the room. The shower didn't drain at all.No waste basket in the room. The GM hung up the phone on me when I complained. Would NOT recommend this property.

Went down for the weekend for Father's Day, room was ok carpet was torn up bathroom was nice you can tell it was recently remodeled ac wouldn't get cold both nights were ok the warm side breakfast was nice pool was nice and the board walk was nice to walk around.

Stayed at the BW in Jupiter. It is a great location to see and get a feel for Jupiter. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice amenities like a fridge, microwave and coffee in room plus nice breakfast in the morning. The River walk behind the hotel is really nice and you can walk to restaurants. I'm not one to typically stay in Best Western, I did this trip because the room was more affordable then the area hotels. I was pleasantly surprised, would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family if they were staying in the area. Again- the staff are really friendly and helpful- thanks!

We stayed at the Best Western Intracoastal Inn for 6 nights in May 2018. We had a wedding nearby and we also wanted to do some exploring of nearby parks. The wedding guests stayed at a more expensive and much larger hotel on the ocean, which was too expensive for us. We were VERY happy we stayed at the Best Western! From the moment we walked in, the front desk desk were extremely friendly and helpful and this continued throughout our stay, no matter who it was working there. We both felt it was the friendliest front desk staff we had ever encountered at a hotel. This clearly must be a priority for the owner! Also wonderful was the woman who cooked and maintained the breakfast food. We chatted quite a bit with her and LOVED her. I wish I knew her name so I could tell you, but I hope the owner knows how wonderful she is. Such a nice person who really cares about her job. She was great with restocking the food when it got low, or helping you if you were looking for something. But we had some great chats with her and we want to thank her so much for her friendship while we were there. I got a bad cold the day after the wedding and she was so caring. The room was clean and we were on the 2nd floor. I had asked for a room with a couch and they accommodated us. It was great having it to read, use the iPad, or rest if you didn't feel like getting into bed. It was especially great for my middle of night insomnia! The only negatives during our stay were minor and had to do with housekeeping. Each day there was something minor that wasn't done. The kind of big thing was one day they took the old towels but didn't replenish them. So we had one bath towel, but it was ok as I decided to wait until after our walk the next day, and by the time we got back, they had been replenished for that day's cleaning. One day one toilet paper roll wasn't replaced, although it was empty. One day we had no bath mat. But these were very minor compared to everything else. One thing the owner should really mention in more detail on their website is the riverwalk that is literally right behind the hotel. We loved being able to walk along the intracoastal waterway right outside the door to the hotel. It was absolutely beautiful and there was an Osprey nest across the water and sometimes you could hear him calling! We really loved the location. It would've been nice if some rooms had a view, but they do not. But it's so close, it's easy to look out. We didn't use the pool, but there is a view from the pool area. We would definitely come back to this hotel when we are in the area again. I highly recommend it!

Second time here and was pleased. Joe at the desk was helpful, price very reasonable, convenient to restaurants. Room was comfortable, bur could use better pillows. Nice pool and walkways along water.

Check in person is less than pleasant to put it lightly, otherwise I highly recommend the place. Clean the other staff are very nice and good variety breakfast. well located, close to the beach and restaurants.

The trip was for my nephew's wedding on Jupiter Beach. Got into the room early and also got a late check out. The front desk people were wonderful! Had a great continental breakfast with a really nice woman manning the food bar. Had a great time at the pool as well...rooms were comfortable as were the beds. Great value for under $100

Stayed overnight the first weekend in April 2018. Nice location as it was close to everything we wanted to do in Jupiter and is right off US Highway 1. Nice pool in back with cabana seating. Clean room and good breakfast. Jupiter Riverwalk is directly behind the hotel which offers a nice scenic walk through the intracoastal waterway, marina and Harbourside Place. Seemed a little pricey but the weekend and time of year was average for the area.

Who would expect a rather top end hotel would leave me suffering now for over two weeks with the results bedbug bites!!! I was tempted to advise people right after the nightmare, but the staff and manager were so kind that I kept my mouth shut. Shame on me!!! I totally regret that someone else may have suffered my fate. Because you pay $$$$ for a room and everything looks fine, BEWARE!!! They moved us from the room it happened in to another room the next day, but had the gall to put other people into the room we vacated the very next night!!!!! I heard folks chatting in there - that's how I knew. How cruel and insensitive!!! Yes, the management did what they had to do - refund our stay. But they apparently didn't do what they should have and that is notify the health department and/or totally vacate that particular room. They boast of being filled 100% every night - hmmm.... wonder how many others have left there with an outrageous outbreak from bedbugs. It will be months before my body is free from the bite marks and the remnants of their saliva being in my blood system will probably be with me forever - a total nightmare!!!!! Yes, I've also paid dearly $$$ because of prescriptions, doctor, etc. Any advice???

Not the worst place I've ever stayed but far from the best. Mid-low end hotel with low ceilings, cheap, cramped rooms and no character. Breakfast food was stale cereal or stale toast. Our room oddly had a jacuzzi right in the bedroom because the bathroom was so small it wouldn't fit. Who would steam up the bedroom with a jacuzzi and slop all over the floor literally ONE for from the bed? Pay a little more and stay in a nice place...

The stay was pleasant, breakfast was good. The hotel is dated but under construction. Our bathroom was redone but the bedroom area was not. Once construction is done, the place will be great. It's a great location and walking distances to good food options.

I don't like to write reviews like this, and I rarely have. It give me no pleasure to slam an establishment, but when I get unwanted surprises well, here it goes. Checked in to see a sigh on the front desk saying please excuse our appearance during improvements. In other words, construction hell. There was no mention when we booked for 5 days that there was any construction taking place. Most of the first floor was under renovation and while I understand this needs to happen every once in a while,at least notify the guests in advance. We stayed on the second floor and weren't as affected as our friend who stayed n the first. Second, the pool was ice cold. Impossible to get in. Why do people come to Florida in Jan? To get into the water! Our room on the 2nd floor was not good. It had recently been renovated. Lets get this straight. The bathroom had. Not the room. They did a terrible job on the bathroom. There was a basketball size hole on the inside of the door.The sink didn't work and filled up with water. There was a big jacuzzi in our room which we were told didn't work. Why not remove it during renovation. It took up a lot of valuable room space room. Finally,no safe in the room. I always lock my valuables in a hotel safe even if it might not be the most secure location it beats leaving them in your suitcase. Unfortunately when we got home, my wife noticed her gold necklace and earrings were missing. I can't prove anything and I won't say who the the lady cleaning was. We had enough of the Best Western after two day and checked out early. I would not return again that's for certain. To bad because I will miss the walk to the Dive bar restuarant along the Riverwalk

Stayed a year ago and wondered how we'd been missing this place. Great location. Great pool and walk to the Yacht Club next door. The front desk help was awesome. Thom was the best. Helpful with beach towels and chairs. Will definitely stay here again.

We did not stay here, but I will if ever in the area. I left my iPad in a rental car. I was able to track it to this location, with my “find my phone” app. Jay confirmed that the car was there. I was able to call the local police, and they recovered it from the glove compartment, where I left it. I wanted to give Jay a reward, but he declined. Thank you so much for you help Jay! Still good people out there.....

The hotel itself is a little worn in places and the lobby is being renovated, which is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars for appearance. However, the bathrooms were new and very nice. Plus, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The staff get 10 stars!

Older hotel. Needs renovations which are underway. Bad though because you have to stay in a hotel under renovation. Room was dated and old and as clean as it could be. Beds were comfortable so that was a plus. Hotel staff were for the most part pleasant, but we did have a few rude moments. In our family group our room was decent but our daughter's family had a horrible room, needing towels on the floor because it was so dirty, drains that wouldn't work and keys that needed to be changed every time we left! They needed to be moved to a better room but couldn't. The breakfast was good with both hot and cold items. The noise levels during the day did not allow for sleeping which wasn't great as we came in on a red eye and hasn't slept in 30 hrs and a nap wpuld have been good!

Came to see family, Joe at the front desk was amazing and helped us with getting a room and extending our stay a fee days. They have good breakfast, and nice renovated bathrooms. Nice, clean laid back atmosphere

Had a great night at this Best Western. Went for a concert at a nearby venue. Room was clean. Newly renovated bathroom was beautiful! River walk runs directly behind the hotel. We walked to a great restaurant for drinks. Pool looked lovely, but we didn't have time to take advantage of it. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was a construction zone with workers banging right outside our room at 8:00 am on a Saturday. No one informed me ahead of time that the hotel would be in this condition before I checked in so I had no time to make other arrangements.

Hotel walls are thin allowing for noise to travel through easily. We had a very uncomfortable 2 nights as a consequence without any alternatives offered by the staff. I had to knock on the guests door around 3am to ask them to please keep it down. Worked for about 10 minutes then resumed. One of the worst hotel experiences we've had.

Great location. Very close to beaches. Nice staff. Pretty decent breakfast items. In the process of being renovated right now. So you might want to call before you book to find out if the renovation is still ongoing.

We were in town for a high School reunion and several alumna were staying there as well. Staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Hotel was extremely clean and well run. Had a great stay. This wasn't my first time staying there and would definitely return.

Nice room, comfortable bed. Nice pool area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Recommend them! Great location and only a few minutes from the beach. Walking distance to a great sushi place and a two minute drive to high end restaurants to check out.

You get a very friendly welcome and checking in and out is very quick. I took a group of divers here who were all happy with the room standard. Originally I had a room with a hot tub, unfortunately they were fully booked this time. It's about a 20 minute walk to an area with bars and restaurants.

Stayed one night we asked for a room with two beds. The room was very small and actually had two double beds. Make sure if you have more than two people that you actually get two queen beds as they are too small for two people. There where just two of us so we did not mind. The hotel was clean, fresh and updated. The hotel is long and narrow and parking is in front of hotel. The pool is in the back and is on the small side but has nice view as it is on the water way. We liked the breakfast had good choices and was stocked. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay and not an extended vacation due to size of room unless you can get a suite if it is larger.

Very friendly and helpful employees! Breakfast was included and the rooms were very comfortable. The bathrooms were a little small but we were told that they will be doing a renovation to enlarge the bathrooms as well. It was very clean and in a great location. We would definitely return to this hotel!

This is a very well kept establishment. All the rooms are clean and up to date with a complimentary breakfast each morning. The staff are all the best from the front desk to the staff in the breakfast room and the daily room services. Always clean and very welcoming...Thom, Joe and all of the staff here are very guest oriented. The location is close to some of the best restaraunts, the Dive Bar is a good stroll down the boardwalk and there are many other places as well as shopping. It is a very reasonably priced hotel given its location and no matter what season high or low the value is there. We will be back....Thank you.

This hotel is in a nice location. It's right on the Intercoastal water way. You can take a walk on the pathway and go to the Marina or just enjoy walking along the water. The rooms are not big but still comfortable. Nice TV, good internet , comfy bed. Shower only no bath tub but that's OK. i like this location and the price. Nice pool and leisure area.

Stayed at the Best Western Intracoastal Inn while visiting family in Jupiter. It is well located on US1, has a very nice breakfast (better than most continental ones at similar hotels) and friendly staff.

Wonderful choice for R & R child visiting family. Didn't have the breakfast but went down for coffee, the breakfast looked great. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly as were the hotel cleaning staff

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff. Great location, plenty of restaurants and not far from the beach. There is a walkway to the intracoastal, but didn't have the pleasure to explore as it was a one night stay for us. The only down side for me, parking lot was a little dark, and the bed was a little too firm. But would definitely stay here again.

This hotel in Jupiter is a high-end Best Western at a mid-range price -- an excellent bargain. Staff were very friendly. The hotel is conveniently within walking distance of a nice shopping center and a wide variety of excellent restaurants. It also has immediate access to a lovely mile-long boardwalk along the Intercoastal Waterway.

This is an excellent location that has a very friendly and attentive staff. It is well maintained and convenient to the beach. The entrance to the riverwalk is next to the hotel and is a nice walk by the intracoastal waterway.

Was a great place , staff friendly , helpful , enjoyed the beautiful pool every day , had a great view of the Intercoastal Waterway , a paved walkway right by the water which was 3 miles to explore every day

The Inn is nice and clean, friendly staff and a great location. I walked the Riverwalk just out the back of the Inn and it was very pretty. The rates were good, and the breakfast was good too. I would recommend staying here.

If you don't need to stay right on the water-stay here, everything is in walking distance and the price is right. It is near many great restaurants, beaches, shopping areas and is right on the new 5 mile long " River walk " which is a series of bridges and paths that take you all along the inter-coastal waterway.

The hotel looked a bit worn inside but it's in a great location and you can't beat free breakfast which was actually very good. Front desk were very friendly. And walking to the marina was a nice stroll along the water.

We have stayed here before. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. A continental breakfast is included. Nothing special. Bagels, muffins, toast, fruit, waffles, yogurt, powdered eggs and bacon. Good and convenient.

Stayed there 8 days, 4-29-17 to 5-7-17 for a scuba trip. Nice, clean modest-size 2-story hotel, irregular oval 3-5 foot deep pool out back, nice included breakfast (hash browns, sausage, eggs (varied; scrambled, omelet, cheese omelet), bowl of fruit, 3 kinds of cereal, Activia, juices (e.g.: orange, apple, passion guava I think), pastries, maybe more. Boardwalk ran adjacent, with a branch across the intracoastal and another behind the hotel and through a neighborhood. Not far from Scuba Works dive shop, a Publix, an Outback Steakhouse, and just a good all around place stay. Friendly & helpful front desk staff. I wish they had an onsite laundromat. Did have microwave and mini fridge in room.

Don't let the front facade put you off. Yes it looks kind of out of place compared to the surrounding buildings, BUT the rooms are comfortable and the location is excellent. The hotel backs up to the river and there is a great river walk past a marina leading up to a fine restaurant. Overall one of our more memorable stays. Thomas behind the check-in desk gave us a really warm welcome and provided us with the recommendations. Thanks Tom.

Room was clean and price was good. No view of intercostal, breakfast was out of several items when I went to eat. Front desk was great and no issues with check out or check in. Room served its purpose for me, but if I was staying more than overnight it would not be good.

Each and every staff member was lovely. Rooms are cleaned daily and they even have makeup remover wipes in the amenities. Breakfast, top notch. The waffle and oatmeal corner with fresh toppings was my favorite. The room has a mini fridge which is very important to me. If you're visiting for the Florida Shark Diving experience, the hotel is 4 minute drive to their location.

Great place / great location / good spot to drive any where and walk anywhere. Shopping centers and eateries and the beach are all near the hotel. Right outside the hotel there is a boardwalk which you can walk on the water and watch the boats drive by and end up downtown to a nice eatery spots. On the weekends (Saturday). There is a live outside concert, (Sunday) the is a small farmer market

We stayed over for a Birthday night. I picked the room because it had a hot tub, it was older style but still did the job. The room and tub were clean. Thier location is on the intercoastal and has a great trail behind it. We had a relaxing time.

This was my 3rd time staying and my fiancés first time. Service is always great. Very friendly. This is the only hotel I look at when I come to Jupiter! I didn't get to see Thom before I checked out, but he wanted me to tell him about getting to see Burt Reynolds. Please let Thom know that it was awesome!

Issues we had were really bothersome to us, but might be tolerated by others. The noisy air conditioner went on and off all night and was hard to sleep through so you need ear plugs for sure. The room had an offensive sweet deodorizer smell and no window that could be opened. There was poor noise insulation between rooms so we heard a man snoring every night. Smokers were allowed at the pool and on the balcony so being there was very offensive to nonsmokers. They should be only allowed to smoke in the driveway. Decor is very "tired" but the room is very clean and basic. Bed actually comfortable. Breakfast is adequate and it is very nice to have coffee available 24 hours a day.

Hotel worked out perfect. We were in Florida to see a couple Mets spring training games . Decided to stay in Jupiter instead of Port St Lucie. Hotel was great. It was clean good location, breakfast was good.

Fortunatuly, I find Best Western on Booking.com. The location? free breakfast and the price are all suitable for us. Compared with other brand, Both of my wife and I think that Best Western is a good choice. After that, when we go out for travel ,such as Great Smoky Mountain Nation Park, Washington DC, Best Western is our first choice.

This hotel was clean, it is older but not in bad shape. It was easy access to the River walk and 15min from the beach walking and 8 to 10min driving depending on traffic. The staff was kind and friendly. Its not a luxury hotel but it is decent. I was traveling with family and they gave us a joining rooms.

Visited here for the final night of visiting my girlfriend in Jupiter. We checked into our lovely king size room only to find out the air conditioning was leaking onto the floor. So I informed the receptionist who could not have been more helpful, who immediately changed us to a new room, and said he'd upgraded us to a suite...... now I walked into our new room to find a huge corner jacuzzi bath tub. What a fantastic feature to the room. It made me instantly forget the faulty previous room. Fantastic comfy bed and clean room made for a great hotel experience. The complimentary breakfast with fresh eggs and waffles was also a nice bonus. Will definitely return for a future visit. And the room was under $110 which I could to be excellent value for money!

We stayed here 6 years ago and liked it so much that we came back. The rooms were clean, the staff was great. I just wish the pool stayed open longer than dusk. The river walk is right behind the hotel. Breakfast was good.

Drove 12 hours, was exhausted and booked a room he Re quick. I don't think I've ever slept in a more comfortable hotel bed with wonderful pillows and soft sheets. I laid down and fell asleep immediately and didn't wake up once. Nice clean rooms.

Good deal for the price which included AAA discount. I found the hotel quite deceiving. The front of the hotel was like any other average hotel; however, the pool area, the view, and the boardwalk in the back of the hotel made our stay worth it.

Excellent stay with family members, pool area was excellent and open all night. Continental breakfast extremely well organized and kept up with by the attendant. Maids were all courteous and very polite to talk to, they also went out of their way to make sure you were comfortable in your rooms and making sure you had all the necessities need in the room.

I love this place , it is a great location and a reasonable price, the walkway behind the hotel is great but the best thing is THOM . He is at the front desk and welcomes you like your family. We had been there a few months prior and had a nice time so when we needed to be in Jupiter again , I knew we had to go back here, and there was Thom YEAH to great us so and make us feel great. He is so cheery and we really are glad to see him when we came back at night form our day trip, he remembers our names and is just really great. Hotel was nice , beds are comfy, only issue with the room was the clock was set wrong time and I could not figure out how to reset it but no matter of that we had a great stay. Excellent review: Nice staff, rooms are very good (quiet large, well equiped). Bathroom could be a bit small but it is only to say something negative. The breakfast is also quiet decent for and inclusive. But having only a night there, it is a short time to go deeper in details.

This hotel delivers: Large, clean room . . .very comfortable bed . . .on the intercoastal, Jupiter. Much nicer than I expected when I saw the outside. Enjoyed it so much I am going back again! I recommend this hotel.

This hotel is ideally located on the Intracoastal. It's also right next to a really gorgeous condo highrise. There is an excellent boardwalk over the shallow part of the Intracoastal. There is a great strip mall across the street with a grocery store, frozen yogurt, and great restaurants. The rooms, however, are quite old and walls are very thin. I heard my neighbors on both sides all night. Be careful.

This is probably one of the nicest, fantastically run Best Westerns I have been to. Thom at the front desk was amazing, he made my stay so enjoyable. Thanks for the yummyy cookies! The hotel itself is immaculate, the rooms are comfortable, my room 110 was very clean, excellent air conditioning. The beds are really comfortable and the bathrooms are simple but nice. The hotel has plenty of free parking, their complementary breakfast is basic but great. Make it yourself waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, muffins, yogurt, coffee. My only comments: -Staff should not smoke in-front of the hotel -Better pillows in the room -Beach towels/pool towels

I stayed with my family 7/11/16. The room was spottless. The breakfast was delicious and plenty to food choose from. The staff were eager and ready to tend to us. The front desk, the housekeepers and the breakfast attendant I give 5 stars. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed here one night while visiting a friend, on our way to Key West It was a nice stay. Comfy rooms. Everything was clean. The breakfast was nice. We will definition stay again next time we are in town town.

We stayed for one night over 4th of July weekend. We got a great rate and even though it's not a big hotel it was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. On the downside the beds weren't very comfortable and the air conditioner is loud when turning off/on. Housekeeping kept knocking on our door and even came in while we were trying to gather our stuff to check out but it's not enough for me not to come back.

We checked out today after a 5 night stay. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were wonderful. Thom at the front desk was especially helpful and friendly! The free cookies were a big hit with daughter. Convenient location too. I would definitely stay here again!

Going to south Florida is a little over 200 miles for us from central Florida , but if it rains the whole time , you wonder if the drive was worth it. We checked into the Best Western in Jupiter on the intercoastal. . It had rained all the way there and was raining there when we got there. We walked in to the lovely hotel and was greeted by the front desk clerk. He was a older gentlemen, with a big smile and a joke on the tongue. He helped us find things to do in the rain, helped with great places to eat. The whole small vacation was saved, Thank you Best Western..

Such a great hotel! The rooms were nice and clean and the hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating! They even personally delivered fresh chocolate chip cookies to our room! It was a great stay and I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

The employees were wonderful and helpful Breakfast was fast and delicious. Room was quaint.. And walking all around to the marina was a nice late night stroll.We were within 5 minutes of the beach.. A win for our family. We were there for our nephews wedding.

Fantastic Hotel. I go back every year on Memorial Day weekend. Right on the inter coastal waterway and Jupiter River walk. Staff is wonderful. Rooms are clean. Pool area very comfortable. Very close to Inlet, Square Grouper, Guanabanas and other areas for fun and night life....

My family took a little vacation to Jupiter Fl. We booked 2 nights at the Best Western lntracoastal and it was extremely pleasant, the price was great, it was clean and the staff were wonderful, we all agreed it was a great choice. It was very close to everything, ample parking, close to beach, parks, lighthouse etc. the only downside was no fitness center or spa, 2 very important things for me especially after spending a couple days scuba diving. I would definitely stay here again, there is a very nice pathway you can walk on along the Intracoastal that leads to awesome shops. I just want to thank the staff for their attentiveness and the nice breakfast they put out in the morning. Really a pleasure to stay there.

Room was good sized, clean, and colorful. Enjoyed the boardwalk directly behind the hotel that was built over the water and led directly to the boat harbor on one end and natural area on the other.. Lovely restaurant looking over the boats.

Nowhere near the beach, but a clean nice hotel to stay at. Friendly staff and clean rooms. If you need to stay here there is restaurants within walking distance. Bottom line a very clean and affordable place to stay!

The room is nice and beds comfortable. Great location for what we needed. The breakfast that is included is so so. Not a big deal. The pool is nice and never very busy. There appears to be a walking trail along the canal. We would stay again if the need arises.

Booked this hotel sight unseen based on Trip Advisor reviews for the night before a cruise out of Lauderdale. The room is typical of Best Western; the most important plus that it was clean and comfortable! Breakfast area is rather small, which also seems to be a BW standard thing! Met two employees-a delightful man who checked us in that evening and an old grump who checked us out in the morning!! The biggest plus that this hotel has in its favor is its location right on the Intracoastal with the Jupiter Riverwalk just steps away. We took two pleasant strolls-in the afternoon and at sunset. The area appears and feels safe, and there are several outside dining areas up by the marina . Was it worth the price? Yes Are there areas that could improved upon? Yes Would we stay here again? Probably, if the price is right

People don't always think FANTASTIC when they hear Best Western but that is just one of the words I would use to talk about this location. From Thom at the front desk to the views behind the hotel you can't get any better. I saw photos on trip advisor of the boardwalk and I thought to.was just a little pier to go behind the hotel, no it goes all the way to the Yacht club where there was fantastic food and entertainment going on. Skip Harbor Side talk a walk down to this area it was really nice. And you get to see all the yachts which are amazing. The room was great the staff was great. Only thing I would say would be anything to complain about , the Jacuzzi tub in the room is high and I am short, it made it difficult to get in and out of . A grab bar would be good and also a safety feature and maybe a stool with a suction cup bottom. That would be my only thing to make the stay even better. Best weekend I have had in a while . Celebrated a birthday and could not have picked a better place will be back again

After reading other positive reviews about this property on Trip Advisor, I decided to book it. So glad I did! The hotel is located right on U.S. 1 and easy to find and convenient to the public beaches, restaurants and shopping. The exterior is okay (see my photo) but once inside, you'll find it to be very clean and inviting. A nice touch is the homemade cookies on the front check-in desk and a buffet breakfast is included with your daily rate. The breakfast is okay but it's free...coffee was good. Our room was clean, although a bit outdated, but spacious and had a comfortable king size bed. I have to say it was the most quiet hotel room we've ever slept in even though the hotel seemed to be quite booked up. The bathroom definitely needed updating and the hair dryer worked but was not a good one and shut off and on while I was drying my hair. Tip...bring your own hairdryer. Also there is no room safe only one at the front desk. We did notice beach chairs and towels at the desk which is nice. There's a freeform outdoor pool with a few thatched huts to give it a tropical look. Also plenty of chaise lounges and chairs for relaxing. Our favorite thing about this Best Western was the Riverwalk which was accessible at the back of the hotel. The Riverwalk is a 2.5 mile esplanade which weaves through boat marinas, shops and restaurants along the Intracoastal. It is very beautiful and a real plus to staying at this hotel if you enjoy walking. One last mention is the very friendly staff including the housekeepers. It made our stay in Jupiter very inviting and we look forward to our return to this Best Western.

Clean and friendly hotel. River walk outside your door. Many restaurants to walk to. Big variety for breakfast (hot food, bagel, Danish, fresh fruit, cereal and coffee and tea available 24/7. Beautiful pool and setting. Have been staying at this hotel for 16 years and would not stay any where else. Owners are like family and take pride in their hotel.

This hotel was conveniently located to all our wedding festivities and very affordable. We loved the HUGE Jacuzzi. The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially Thom, who was a complete joy. He sparkles.

We were very disappointed in the shower water pressure. It was restricted too much and hard to have a pleasant shower. After a long day or evening, you look forward to a nice refreshing shower. This hotel has lost it's way in trying to save.

Stayed here a few nights while moving a family member into a senior living apt. Hotel has great location, close to beaches, movies, food and shopping. Breakfast was average - located in river walk, nice views. Aside that hotel sits sideways from road, no complaints! Would stay here again....

Hotel was perfect for a 5 day family getaway. Location, Location, Location on the Intercoastal and Riverwalk. Breakfast was very good and more than adequate for families. The staff was friendly and helpful. We plan to return next time we are in the area.

He is exactly the type of first impression you want for your business. The room was nice and big, had mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom a bit small because they had a big jacuzzi in the room. Hotel has a small pool. Close to beautiful beaches. Self serve breakfast gets you off to a good start.

This is an excellent hotel in terms of value for money. Clean, well serviced with good breakfast and convenient to all services, beaches and food. Highly recommended by us. The rooms are a good size with TV, Internet, WiFi, seating and desk, Coffee is available all day and all night at reception (free of charge).

This hotel was conveniently located in Jupiter FL about 10 minute drive to Roger Dean Stadium. The rooms were clean. The free breakfast was awesome! The pool area was wonderful! Lots of free parking. Hotel has an entrance to the River Walk walkway which was a wonderful way to get exercise every day.

This hotel has access to the foot path along the Intracoastal Waterway. The path enables people to get to stores, shops, and restaurants without driving and without walking along busy streets. It is scenic and relaxing, not to mention the wildlife that is able to be seen.

This is my second stay at this Inn in 5 years. They have maintained this place amazingly well. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Right on the Riverwalk where you can walk to restaurants and shops. Very convenient. Friendly staff, easy, close parking. The complimentary breakfast is better than any other I've had. Everything is very clean and very fresh. I'll stay there again and would highly recommend it.

This hotel is tucked away on the waterfront with a lovely pool area and direct access to the Jupiter walkway. We enjoyed the quality of the hot breakfast, the views of the water from our window, and the ability to access the pool area from the stairs at the end of the hall. We would stay here again.

Well located close to the beach and tons of restaurants in Jupiter Florida, we stayed at the Best Western last weekend, returning after not having been there in about 10 years. Lots of parking out front and the manager on duty was able to give us quite early check in (11AM or so) which was nice as we had lots of baggage we wanted to stow. Rooms are large, hot tub in the room was powerful (and clean!), and the staff is very helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations, and other inquiries. Nice pool in the back, long walking trail along the Intracoastal is in the backyard of the hotel. No manatees to be seen this visit, but the settings are pretty and the hotel is quiet even though it was fully booked during our stay. Free breakfast was decent with a waffle maker and hot eggs and sausage along with bread, bagels and other pastries

We have stayed here 4 times.... It is neat, clean with a great professional staff right in the heart of what Jupiter has to offer. It has a new pool (with Tiki Huts) but is one street away from a fantastic beach. It is also close to many fine restaurants' ...some within walking distance. Would not stay any other place....

This hotel was terrific, small, perfect location, waterway by the pool, expert staff! The Riverwalk is connected to the property, the best way to see Jupiter Harbor and Marina! I would stay here a month!

This hotel is in a premium location, the river walk is very enjoyable both day and night and is has easy access to some restaurants & shoppes. It could use a deep cleaning and is a bit noisy, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. It may not be the best place I have ever stayed, but it is by far not the worst.

The beds are pretty hard and the pillows very small. The breakfast is ok. The staff is excellent. Internet is poor. The walkway behind the hotel is wonderful and you can walk either direction to many restaurants. Very nice area.

This hotel has no amenities except small pool. No views. No bar or grille. The picture distorts its size. Marginal breakfast. Picture very misleading and flattering. Convenient to Jupiter shopping and restaurants but not to beach.

Very convenient hotel on the Intercostal Waterway and walkway. Marina and HaborView shopping center walking distance away. Newly redone pool area. Close to movies, shopping, beach and restaurants. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Feels like coming home!

It was centrally located with places you could walk to fairly nearby. The staff was very nice and it was clean. There is a walking path the runs along the Intracoastal. The breakfast was also pretty good for a continental breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. My son couldn't get the internet to work but we weren't there for that and the pool could've been warmer but other then than it was enjoyable.

My wife and I were on our way to catch a cruise out of Miami, and decided to stay at the BW in Jupiter Fl. The hotel is located about 4 miles off 95, which was very convenient. When we were checking in, the people at the front desk suggested we go OUTBACK and see the "River Walk" After a drive in the car, this proved to be a great place to stretch our legs. While walking, we saw another of my favorite spots. You guessed it...OUTBACK Restaurant. In summary, get to this BW in time to enjoy both OUTBACK experiences.

We loved it here, spent three nights and all the staff made you feel so at home and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. A beautiful place and a beautiful view! The front desk people were amazing at booking us another hotel (Best Western) near the airport in Orlando. They even printed maps for us to get there, and from the next hotel to the airport. Hope to be back there sometime THANKS SO MUCH!!!

Stayed here during our travel up the Florida coast ! For $200.00 you can stay at a place that hasn't been remodeled in quite some time. No place to plug in cords for your phones etc.Wallpaper peeling off the wall in the bathroom.We just stayed at a Hilton Place hotel , and it really put this to shame. Too much dust all along the baseboards. I guess I'm just too much of a clean freak, but I like to know someone really cleans and cares about the facility that I've entrusted my family and health to !

This is a very good Best Western situated in a very pleasant neighbourhood with an amazing riverside walkway running right behind the property. Whilst it probably excels in no particular area, the overall package is excellent with no weak features and for the price paid made this an excellent one night stop on our road trip round Florida.

The staff at this hotel is what makes the hotel so nice. They are more helpful than any hotel staff I have ever encountered. They have great recommendations on restaurants and activities. They go above and beyond to make your stay the best ever.

We stayed at the Intracoastal Inn in Jupiter for a week. We came to go to a wedding then stayed on to visit friends and enjoy the sights. The hotel is not fancy but very clean and comfortable. The rooms are a bit small but totally adequate and are updated and very clean. Most of the staff were just great and really made us feel like family. Our favs were Thom and Dean.

We were in Jupiter for a wedding so spent little time at the hotel and were very satisfied with everything while there. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The wifi service worked without any problems. There was a shower, not tub/shower, and we really liked that. The housekeeping staff did a great job. Front desk personnel were friendly and accommodating when we asked for a late check out. My husband went down for the continental breakfast and he had no complaints. Would stay here again if visiting this area.

This hotel offered everything we require - comfortable room/bed, free breakfast and free wi-fi in the room. It has an attractive pool area and is right on the Riverwalk, so it is easy to walk to shops and restaurants. We were visiting family in a nearby condo community, and this couldn't have been more convenient. The staff were excellent, and the breakfast offered a lot of variety.

Never exceptional, never bad. Sometimes a gem. Good value, location fits our needs. Pictures of hotel exceed the actual. I wouldn't get overly excited. The furnishings are from grandmas house, Mr CARLTON

Visited 12/31 and 1/1/2016,W/my wife and 2 daughters. The location is perfect, Riverwalk right out back on the Intracoastal. You can walk to Harborside ( on the other side of causeway) where you will find restaurants and shops. The room was clean and had enough room for all of us. Breakfast was standard for BW...always nice to start out with a free breakfast. Went to Jupiter's public beach on New Years day and it was very nice. There is nice little pool area in the back where you can sit and watch the boats on the Intracoastal. Staff was great, they gave us a room with a view of the water. We ate at the Dive Bar which is a short walk away...it was great. This area is a bit pricey, so bring your checkbook.

Awesome location and great hotel. Friendly service and an awesome experience. Rooms were a little tight but that's ok. You're in South Florida and you should be outside. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in the Jupiter area because this is such a great place. Awesome restaurants within a short walk.

Visited 12/24 and 12/15/2015 (family holiday visit). While room was clean, the lights when out repeatedly when we used the hotels hair dryer. Had no maid service on 12/25. Front desk was very pleasant but they were clearly understaffed for the holiday. Nice breakfast, free parking.

The hotel is advantageously located in the area of Jupiter Intel, relatively close to the beach, lighthouse, shops, restaurants and tiki bar. In the rear area of the hotel is the pool and a very nice intracoastral pedestrian boulevard, where you can see addition to the river activity, typical flora and fauna. All the above reasons, does obviously very functional hotel to stay for the whole tourist area of Jupiter Intel. It is highly recommended, for the very good attention of all the magnificent and humanitarian staff working on, besides keeping him clean and cool. Breakfast has the basics to start the day, eggs, fried sausages, bread, milk, yogurt, coffee, cereals, juices, fruits and sweets. The only reason that I have not to grant a 5 in the overall rating of the hotel is the lack in the package of television channels featuring hotel, at least a couple of channels in Spanish.

This hotel is located in a surprisingly beautiful area on the river with the riverwalk right out the back doors. We enjoyed strolling along the gorgeous riverwalk and viewing the wildlife on our way to the marina, the shops, and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was friendly and the building, grounds, and the room were well maintained. The only negative was that the visitor laundry facilities were not functioning when we were there. We will stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

This hotel has an amazing location right off the riverwalk. The staff is very friendly and the rooms were very clean. We stayed one night with zero problems. Wish we could have just spent one more night! The breakfast and Internet were free; the pool area is probably the best part of the hotel.

The place is good for a budget or a couple looking to stay somewhere, no frills for a visit. They also have big rooms, some with double tub jacuzzi's right in the middle of the room, and a clean and pleasant staff. Nice parking. Pool in the rear right on the City walk.

I stay here quite often. I am in sales so I always look for quality and vale. This one fits the bill. Jupiter Florida is a high end kind of town. Think: Burt Reynolds! I was upgraded to a room with a Jacuzzi. Although I didn't try it, it was nice to know if it was there. My only complaint is, there is a wooden walkway that winds along the water front. But no access. Pity!

I have stayed in this hotel a number of times, and I'm always very comfortable here. One of the best features is easy access to the walkway to the Harbourside shops. The staff members are friendly and helpful, and I'm already booked for another stay this month!

I can say enough good things m about this place . The staff at the front desk was amazing ...always there to help you and so friendly . It felt like they knew you forever. Location on riverwalk is amazing. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast lacks healthy selections. Typical high carb continental breakfast. Eggs are provided, but not very good. Staff was friendly.

This hotel has a great location and a refreshing pool, and helpful staff. There is a riverwalk that is fun and beautiful. The room is comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is usual, but the staff is so friendly it make the difference.

Great midway point to and from Keys in FL, great staff, fresh breakfast in the morning, quite hotel on the water, next to Jupiter Yacht Club and marina; great site seeing of the Yacht; BEST Dive Bar ever been to, and no it's not what you think, and that's all i will say about that; must go for yourself. thanks to front desk for informing of us it.

We love Best Western. This was the perfect get away for Halloween. It has gotten unbearable to stay home during Halloween, so we treat ourselves to the Best Western. We took a walk on the bridge, saw the beautiful scenery and the boats and lovely homes. The full breakfast is always a plus.

I won't lie I'm a hotel snob, usually only Marriott. But this place was recommended my my sister that's a local. Reasonably priced, great location, small decent free breakfast, nice pool with a view, comfy beds and staff was friendly. My only negative was the dated furniture, decor and carpeting in room, bathrooms looked updated so maybe their next project will be those items. Other thank than that definitely will be back to stay!

I joined TripAdvisor specifically to write this review. Was responsible for a complicated party of 12 guests staying at this property for 3-4 nights, checking in on different dates, half doing late checkout, and in one memorable instance never checking out at all & leaving the room unoccupied for two nights. We required breakfast before dawn one day, taxis at random times, luggage and laptops stored behind the desk--practically any high-maintenance extra you can imagine. Jay the assistant GM was marvelous from the day I got the rate quote to the moment we said goodbye. Jenny, the head of housekeeping, was so patient and lovely I wanted to hug her as though she were an aunt. Throughout what was a pretty stressful work trip, this hotel was a peaceful, convenient, clean and ever-accommodating home base. Also, even while dealing with us, they noticeably always had bandwidth and smiles for the rest of their guests.

Personable and professional staff, extremely well kept Hotel with very clean and spacious rooms, free internet and free breakfast. Wonderful pool area that is kept in pristine condition. Personally, I stooped staying at a Spa/Racquet Club Hotel and shall continue to stay at the Best Western Intracoastal on Route 1 in Jupiter. I cannot give this Hotel high enough praise!! OUTSTANDING!

We stayed just one night in this hotel for a beach event in Jupiter Fl. The front guy employee (night shift) was very amicable, helpful and fast. Rooms was perfectly clean and ready for a great night. We stayed just for one night, but definitely if we visit again Jupiter, this is the best place to stay. They offer a simple free breakfast.

This is one of the nicest Best Western i have stayed in .The rooms are big and clean.The guys at the front desk were very friendly and check-in was easy and quick.The pool area was clean and well kept and the water was nice.The walkway around the water is great.Very nice for a nice evening walk.I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Juipter.The price is great.

This hotel is clean, staff is great, breakfast is great. I stay here for business but would stay here for leisure as well if I had the opportunity. This hotel is everything you should expect for the price.

My husband, son and I stayed here for three nights last minute. We got to the hotel and the man at the front desk was completely helpful with getting us a room. We got to the room and it was so clean and comfortable so we were quite pleased with that. We had a slight view of the dock which was gorgeous. The pool was small but nice to hangout by and you can walk on the walkway that connects all along the river. Breakfast was your basic breakfast but still enough to fill you up! And if you need anything from the front desk the gentlemen there are quick to help!! I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone!!
