    « Good and affordable price »

    The hotel is good, the price is affordable, swimming pool and gym available and big rooms. I'm satisfied of my selection. The only problem of my room is the noise from the external because of the heavy traffic.

    We decide to try this hotel for 3 night, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast area and room is clean. The service at the breakfast in the morning, was amazing. I'll be back to this place and highly recommend to others when in the area.

    « Good hotel in kemayoran area »

    We stayed there for 2 nights, come in the morning almost 12 and they have not finished preparing our rooms, leave our luggage and told them to put it inside our room once its ready, after we got back from expo and got into our room and found out that our luggage is not yet inside our room, i think they forget about our luggage, also the hot water is broken in our room, told them to repair it on the second day, they come and tried to fixed it in the morning and failed to fixed it and told us about it, so on the second day we got back from the expo at night and found out that there is no hot water again. Complain about it and they upgraded our room at 21.00 or so, a bit dissappointed for our experience but still grateful that they listen to our complain and act fast and upgraded our room in the middle of the night.

    This is my second time and last to stay in best western kemayoran, actually the room is good and clean,the staff also nice, but i got a lot of problem: 1. I was late check in at 7PM (instead of 2PM), but the room is not ready yet, i had to wait around 30 minutes 2. WIFI is not working at all 3. TV channel is not complete 4. I tried to order nasi goreng from room service, after they confirmed my order, then they called me again and told me that i cant order due to problem in the kitchen. Seriously? 5. Free parking for Rp. 10.000 ?? Its too bad for 4 star hotel, its good hotel but really you need a lot of improvements.

    As soon as I enter the room, the smell really bad. Typical smell of drainage gas from toilet and come up to bedroom The bed is ok, room in short difficult to walk in front the bed. I regret not to cancel this hotel and stay near airport instead.

    A suitably located Hotel adjoins a shopping mall and a beautifully decorated crossing. Rooms are very good. We got a 2 Bed room suit to stay with a kitchenette, a drawing room and two toilets. One of the toilets had a bath tub. Entry to the rooms is through a restaurant which was little unusual. The levels were not very convenient. The entry lobby is also un-usually small. Overall we enjoyed the stay. The rooms are well kept and maintained with good ventilation. There were Independence ACs in the rooms.

    This was my second (and last) visit to this converted apartment building, so nothing is very conveniently arranged: lobby up a staircase, elevator location (walk through the kitchen/dining area). The hotel AC is centrally controlled (and set too high), so you have no temperature control. From previous experience there I knew the food was terrible (I had a burnt, rock-like beef medallion steak with a hideous sauce.), but desperate for something after arriving very late on a delayed flight, I ordered a sandwich and milkshake to my room. Three hours later, I was violently ill.

    Receptionist not well infomed hotel facilities during check in such as breakfast venue,welcome drink, others.first impression in the room, floor was dirty. We asked to clean the room . Take 2 days until they cleaned up the room but note details,..Garbage still full rubish, tissue empty, floor towel not changed, etc . Laundry pick up take long time..3 times request and no one take laundry until we compaint to reception. Laundry returned to us take 2 days. Breakfast taste good , fb service helpfull.

    Hotel's location is very strategic, near airport, exhibiton center, shopping area, mall, and theme park. No other hotels has penthouse (3 bedrooms) in strategic location in here. Also, this hotel have good shisha. Two thumbs up ????????

    The best hotel at kemayoran area. Four star hotel with great price, great room, and great food taste. I will come here again for my another trip to Jakarta, especially central Jakarta kemayoran area. With very fast wifi connection, I can finished my job on schedule.

    Ballroom with good view and lavish banquet service. I thought this hotel only for room accomodation but they have a great facilities for MICE. Very recomended for your meetings needed The grandballroom so large and preety cool for our events

    It was nice but it's away from malls and that thing But the area is quite area. The elevators are slow .The gym also nice but little bit small . I don't like the restaurant I ordered pizza it wasn't good the breakfast is good if you like indonisian food

    We chose this hotel due to its location. The room rate is competitive. The King Koil bed is so comfy. The bathroom is kinda small but it is expected as a 3 star hotel. The room is not sound proof though. Breakfast provides more indonesian than western choices. One thing I like is you can make ur own coffee fr the machine.

    I'm here now during breakfast. Overall my stay is OK. Staffs are polite and helpfull, Room is big, clean and comfort. I find a problem in their culinary standard - Fresh Milk is nothing but the condense milk adding with to much water and ice. When I ask for a REAL FRESH MILK they said they don't provide it for breakfast... FAILED - Hard Stiff bread roll My mistaken for being fussy, but in my experience even a 3 star hotel could provide better pastry and real fresh milk. BW is a 4 star hotel. Cmon... is it that hard to provide a good basic common needs in breakfast menu?? Please do better next time.

    (+) we booked the 3 bedroom and we loved how big the room was!! kitchen (really helps especially when travelling with a baby) swimming pool is good BUT needs cleaning spacious master bedroom ATM on the Ground Floor Convenience Store right next to the hotel entrance (-) the 2nd bathroom had no hot water could not find the hotel information folder the speaker on the 3rd floor corridor needs repairing

    the room is great and clean, the breakfast is good. But the swimming pool is very dirty. the gym also smelled dusty. and the most uncomfortable thing is no differentiation between elevator for guest and for staff (cook, cleaning service, concierge). I have taken the elevator accompanied by chairs, food utensils trolley, vacuum cleaner during my stay there.

    when i check in the staff said that the booking under my name was taken by another guest the day before( and it was not me)..i booked 3 rooms.. got the first room at 1.30 and waited 2 hours for other rooms ( check in 1.30 pm, room available 3.30pm), the corridor was stinky, and some of the toilet amenities are used (nail buffer and soap)

    For the breakfast, we have nothing to eat event there is no eggs , and the servant say that eggs is sold out. I have another terrible experience in BW Semarang, i thought that it would be different in BW Kemayoran, but its happen again, really need changing to all BW Hotel in Indonesia.

    The Hotel is in a good and convenient location away from the mainly congested areas of the city. Easy to get to the airport and a short distance from JIEXPO , pleasant room and friendly, helpful staff. As for value for money I would recommend the Hotel and I would return for another stay.

    « Lamb satay ... so tough..... »

    This afternoon... I got an email from GRO best Western. .. they also informed there's lamb satay promotions at 85.000 so I decided to try in the sky lounge for dinner.... it's surprise me with the service boy... that keep on mention wrong price and wrong promotion of happy hours in sky lounge... first he said second drink free... then ... come back again.. it's 50% on second drink but the drink have to be the same... fine... I ordered two coke and one fried rice and I try the lamb satay... food arrived. .. my satay... 6 pcs on top of hot plate that not even hot.. and the rice ... also ... and the sauce very Waterly peanut sauce... the lamb meat so tough... ... so disappointed..... the fried rice arrived with one chicken drumstick kerupuk and two satay and egg.... Morning breakfast... the soft roll so hard... muffin cute and also hard... Dinner .. I order again fried rice.. and this time arrived without satay... when we ask the chef said. .. no satay stick......that's why no satay can be provided.... and the soup buntut no emping. ... because no stocks....

    i stay with my family for 3 d / 2 n the hotel is clean & quite the room is comfortable &bath room is clean wifi network is good check in counter is fast only few minutes from JIEXPO Kemayoran many cab in front of the loby suitable for business traveler but the food is poor, few options for breakfast but lack of taste... the service is poor, i ask house keeping to clean the room since 9 am in several times but until evening they didn't do it... lots of dirty plate & glass at the hallway during 1st day i stayed... the swimming pool is not good as in the picture.... i got room with no view, the window full covered with sand blast.... the hotel not suitable for family leisure....

    I stayed 3 night in this hotel for my business trip at jakarta, it was so surprise i got upgrade room, the room so big, clean an comfort, they give us hot tea (jasmine flavor) and delicious traditional cake while i arrived at my room. The breakfast and dinner was great, sky lounge at floor 21 was fantastic, i can see beautiful jakarta view in the night during i have my dinner. THANK YOU BEST WESTERN PLUS KEMAYORAN. I Will stay for my next stay.

    Stayed there for 3 nights for JJF2016. While I was checking in, I was talking with the front staff and I told him I am back to Jakarta for every JJF. They offered a special rate for 3 night stay, by Expedia pre-booking. So it was not even 90USD for 3 nights. On the second day of my stay a woman called me at the room and asked me if the room is comfortable. I said yes, and asked if this is the room I booked and paid for. She said No. She said they upgraded to a deluxe room as they expect me to return and stay with them next year again. With just a simple, short conversation what a surprise I received!!! The standard room is quite small, I saw while the housekeeping opened its door and cleaning inside. But for its price it is reasonable I think. The staff there were kind and very helpful, they even helped me to print out JJF ticket at the reception. I will for sure come back to this hotel again when I visit Jakarta for JJF.

    The hotel is clean. About 30 minutes from Soekarno Hatta Airport. Easy to find. And you can find the cab on the front of the hotel. I am here for the meeting. The first room on the 28 floor was not comfortable. The AC wasn't working right. The bedroom is so minimalis. Hard for us to move around and do the pray. The restaurant got some choices of menu. But..tasteless. hard to find any salt taste on it. Maybe the management need to consider about hire a new chef. Anyway..maybe they have a cheaper meeting package.

    All staff are friendly especially reception team, quick respons and helpful. I have free upgrade room , room are big, clean and nice. Breakfast are tasty and complete. Easy and fast to get to the hotel from airport, no trafic at all recomended hotel for my next trip and my colleagues to jakarta.

    When I came to this hotel I'm really surprised, room price is cheaper than another 3 star hotel, but all of staff make me feel stayed in 5 star hotel. They really helpful, since I came until I leave the hotel. They open the door and give a warm greeting, and when I did check in process "Sheila" as a GRO team really warm welcome to me, she really fast to do check in process. Room really clean and have a good view. I got room with a pool view.

    Our tour co. selects good hotels and this was nice too. Rooms are big with shower, bed tea making facility, tv, frig etc. Breakfast was very nice with fruits, breads , cornflakes etc. As all arrangements are done by tour co,. we were more relaxed.Really good hotel

    « Completely unacceptable conditions and service, and oblivious to customer's remarks. »

    I had previously stayed here in 2014 and was relatively satisfied, so therefore I booked again. We booked 3 rooms for 6 nights. All rooms are smelling of dirty sewer all the time... we have reported it, but nobody ever showed up or gave us any comments. This place has a serious plumbing problem as even in the downstairs restaurant the smell of sewage is noticeable. As to the Lounge on the 21st floor, the service is NON existing. The so called Bar, was completely out of beer or wine on 3 nights of our stay and other alcoholic beverages are not available, the empty bottles line the bar but are not refilled.The waiter is non responsive and service is zero. Not worth to elaborate further, hotel should change it's name to WORST Western Hotel...

    Hotel is located 20 minutes away from city area. Staffs are pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and nice. However, when we check-in the mini bar was totally empty and when we check-out they ask if we consume any thing from the mini bar? It was okay though. Because we were here for the Java Jazz so what is important is the Hotel is near to the JIEX.

    I stay at 2503 on 4 march 2016, the check in was smooth, front desk was nice, my boyfriend do the check in, and to be frankly, he is canadian. The card key cannot be used when we try to get in to our room, my boyfriend asked me to go down to ask about the key, i approached the reception desk, and being greet really nicely like what-do-you-want attitude, i smile and said the card key can't be used, and she doing something with the key and give it back to me, i went upstairs, and try again, it doesnt work! I said to my boyfriend i dont want to go downstair again because they wasnt really nice with me, (i work in hospitality industry for almost 5y). Ended up my boyfriend came up with engineering staff tell that the door has low-battery. At night we decide to check out the 21 sky lounge, for a weekend, it is quite empty (just two of us) we order long island ice tea and mojito, i wrote this tripadvisor comment while i wait for it, it is almost 30mnts, the guy who's in charge for the sky lounge apparently doesnt work as bartender, the liquor display look as fake as it is.. Although, the waiter is so nice, to telling us that the drink will be prepared downt stairs at onyx restaurant (here is a tip from fellow hotelier, if you want to open a sky bar, please be ready with liquor and a bartender). The impression i get is this place are much more worth for a meeting room. Keep up the good work, this place has potential...

    I stayed with my family for 3 days and i felt very happy. The good service and nice room. We get free upgrade room and that will be nice since we need the big room for my family. The location also very near with Ancol, and many street food near by this hotel. Breakfast variety is enough, but only for give more taste. I will come back again to this hotel.

    I stayed at this hotel because we had a DWP concert to attend and it was in the vicinity. The hotel compound is big and lavish but the service was worse than a motel. The staff does not speak english and least helpful. The food is mediocre and over prized at the restaurant and there is nothing in the vicinity. The room service was so poor that I had to literally beg them to clean the room each day. Would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

    I stayed here last Saturday with my wife. I booked this hotel via one of online booking company & I asked higher room with single bed. Unfortunately when I checked to the hotel room with single bed was sold out. So I asked a refund to the online booking company & they said it cannot be refund because my room rate still in promo rate. And then I asked the hotel staff her name Miss Arlin by phone before I go there, ask her if there any cancel room with single bed please give it me. Jreng Jreng.... When I checked in the afternoon they give me a room with single bad as I request before, for me this the best treat I ever had so far. They really care about out need. 4 thumb up for the hotel staff especially miss arlin (may I know her cell phone or pin BBM hehehe) - Great hospitality - Great service - Great room - Good food Top Nocht...!!!!!

    Basic cleanliness is a must for all hotels regardless whether it is a budget or 5-star facility. There were stains all over the sheets and towels.. definitely due for change rather than merely washing them..

    This is a true 4 star hotel. The pool is huge. It wraps around 3 buildings. The food is good. There's nothing to do walking distance from the hotel. The wifi is really slow with speeds around 0.6 - not good enough for VoIP calls.

    « Quite nice hotel but for 1-2 nights »

    Due to a long stopover in Jakarta I really needed a decent affordable hotel so Best Western Kemayoran looked like a reasonable option. I wouldn't say hotel is situated close to the airport - with the horrible local traffic conditions it took about 40 minutes for the taxi driver to get to BW. Always book a cab from a reliable taxi company in Jakarta so you don't get overcharged. But anyway, check-in was fast, receptionists nice and polite. My room on the 31st floor was spacious and clean. King size bed was pretty comfy, too. Free wi-fi was fast. Bathroom definitely needed certain renovation and the water in the shower cabin could be hardly called "hot". Taxi drivers are always available on the parking outside hotel so finding a cab is not a big deal. There was a bit of a problem with one sleepy driver who, after bringing me back to the airport, apparently forgot about my suitcase in a trunk and hit the gas. I had to chase him for a couple of meters - a bit of a jogging in the morning. Taxi doesn't belong to BW, but to a separate company. Would be great, however, if hotel management could keep an eye on these kind of things. For the rest I would classify my short stay at Best Western Kemayoran as rather good but I' m sure there are better options in Jakarta for a slightly higher price.

    didn't arrive here till about 1.30 in the morning but the staff were really welcoming, quick and helpful. room was spacious, comfortable, clean, all I needed for a brief overnight stay! breakfast was ok, bit limited for a western taste, coffee could be better, but eggs to order and with a smile! stayed here as my colleague has apartment in the same bui,ding so it was convenient for location and very good value!

    I first came to this hotel, hospitality staff so warmly welcomed the arrival of guests. I checked in their tops membrikan directly Wellcome drink to me and offer light snacks. After I checked in I was escorted to the room to the guest relations officer. She was so kind and helpful. the rooms are quite clean and comfortable. Breakfast was varied. Hotel facilities this is satisfactory. Especially the friendly service from all the staff. I will come back to this hotel for next visit Like

    I chose to stay at this hotel due to its close proximity to the Jakarta International Expo. The room rate was ok and you get what you paid for. Room was comfortable and neat but i found it to be too small and the furniture arrangement could have been better. I initially expected the hotel to be as grandeur as portrayed, but was very disappointed with the building material once I checked in. Nothing much to explore within the vicinity of the hotel and taxi was the only mode of transportation to go around the city. Nevertheless, the hotel was still ok and breakfast wasn't too bad. Staffs were also friendly.

    We check in on august 4th - 21st 2015 1 day before check in i called BW Kemayoran for double check of our rvs. I spoke with "FEBRI" ( FO Staff ), he told me still no rvs under my name. We booked through traveloka & we had the confirmation. I told him that i'll call him back within 1 hour. When i called again female staff accept my call & she just put me on hold without holding music & she's not got back to me. I hang up the phone & called back still she put me on hold. After that i tried to call back & i became very angry. When i became angry, she looked for my rsv & she said still there was no rsv under my name. During that time we stayed by BW Mangga Dua & i asked FENDRA ( FO Staff ) to help me, when he called BW Kemayoran & call me back at my room; he inform me that my rsv already confirmed. During we stayed, we had a lot of problem regarding no one fixed the tv channel which i asked to the HK Dept. The tv channel had problem after the light turn off ( that was the 2nd day we stayed). It happened again while i became angry, the engineering staff fixed it ( they fixed it the 3rd day ). Instead that it happened again regarding ammenities by the room i asked for make up room & i asked for added the toilet paper roll the HK Staff didn't give it when i got back ( it happened many times ), the staff didn't wash the mug of coffee, the staff it happend one time didn't give it the mineral water free. The day after i called the order taker RINA. I asked her that i would like to see the supervisor in-charged on the 28th floor ( our room 2803 ), she spoke unpolite & she won't let me to met the spv. After that i asked every day the HK Staff make up the room, spv in-charge should double check about the room, isn't it ? She said " YES ". How come the supervisor didn't check & she said it could be the supervisor was very busy & that's not " THE CORRECT ANSWER ". On August 16th we're going out of the hotel but we can't go out according the staff of parking lot we should had stamp of the hotel, even though we got back to the hotel & bell staff gave a stamp & the staff told my husband that every day we should had stamp for it. Before it happened that situation , i met the female staff of front desk & she registered it already for our car parking ticket. On august 17th while we're going out out of the hotel i asked for the parking ticket stamp, she told me i should pay for Rp 10 000. I told her that is ridiculuos, not because of the money that i should pay but i didn't understand with your regulation. Because during 4days we stayed there was no problem with parking ticket, after that we should had stamp every day and at last we should pay for Rp 10 000.

    « bad services, small and stinky room.....have to wait 1 hour for cek in »

    i arrived at 2pm, the guest service named 'arlen' said the room is not ready yet and I have to wait. after 20 minutes wait I asked again she said must wait again for 20 min.I heard she talked to the Housekeeping using walkie talkie and the housekeeping said 'still don't have a time to do the room" I become impatient and upset so I asked again when I can get my room? she said must wait again for another 20 minutes. so after more than 1 hour waiting for the room I become angry. the guest service 'arlen' suddenly disappear and she left me with the concierge....the concierge help me to contact the housekeeping and after 1 hour and 10 minuets I got my room. when I entered the room I saw some stains on the floor and the bad smell from the furniture near refrigerator. I heard the guest beside me who arrived one day before me also got their room at 7pm. the room so small and the breakfast is so so
