Best Western Devils Tower Inn

We booked this room on our way to Hulett. We have good experience at Best Western's but we weren't sure what it would be like in a small town. We were on a week long road trip and this is one of the cleanest and comfiest hotels we have stayed at. There was a small mixup on check in but was professionally and quickly rectified.

This is a comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting the Devils Tower area. We had a room on the second floor facing the street. It was quiet at night. There is no elevator, so we had to carry our bags up. The rooms are large and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was not fancy, but they had both warm and cold items to fill you up and get the day started. The staff are friendly and helpful.

This is a great hotel. Staff is wonderful and they are so accommodating. The hotel is always pristine and they always have fresh, hot coffee! They let me bring my cat and most hotels wouldn't even consider that. I love this place!

Pleasant surprise, and definitely a step above in terms of overall "quality." Breakfast was nothing fancy, but the building had a nice overall vibe, and the gentleman who handled our check-in was extremely kind and thoughtful. Good place to rest up on the way to or from Devil's Tower!

We had a really good stay at this hotel. Everything was in nice condition, the desk clerk was very pleasant and curious. Our room was large and comfortable and spotlessly clean. We always appreciate it when the a/c is already running upon check-in, so that our room was instantly cool and comfy when we walked in the door. The room had a microwave, fridge, TV and wifi, and there was coffee service in the room. This hotel was nicely priced, the continental breakfast was very good and had sufficient food choices. our stay being great. The little town of Hulett was very pleasant, and it was just a short drive to the Devils Peak so the location was great. We would definitely be happy to stay here again.

We stayed the night after visiting Devil's Tower. About 15 minutes away. Check in was easy by a pleasant man. Room was large and so was the bathroom. Clean. Good enough for a nights' stay while traveling. A/C cooled the room nicely and it wasn't loud. They have an inside pool, which we aren't fans of. But, the kids will enjoy it especially when it's cold outside. Computer in lobby. Breakfast is complimentary. Standard food offered… oatmeal, tea, muffins, coffee, juice drink, dry cereal, waffles, yogurt and fruit. Some guy took the last 3 bananas. Save some for the other guests, moron. It's the people eating like it's their last meal that really makes it nasty in these comp meal offerings. We just have tea and coffee. We slept well. Easy check out and off we went. We would stay again. Very good.

Okay place near Devils Tower. Room: okay - nothing special, bathroom too small. Bed in room 119 left me with a backache the following day. Mattress had a noticeable depression where heavy butts like mine have been sleeping for too many years? Back hurt most of the night and most of the next day. Mattress needs to be replaced! Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly and helpful. No elevator, so if you have a heavy bag and it's difficult for you to get it up stairs, better hope for a ground floor room. Replace the mattress and the rating goes to 4 stars.

We stayed here to have quick access to Devils Tower the next morning before starting a road trip towards home. It's true there's not many options. For that reason it wasn't cheap, but it was a good stay for us. Room was clean and working, ample parking, nice staff. The kids enjoyed the pool. The hot tub was not working while we were there. The ice machine wasn't either, but instead of just saying sorry, there was ice brough in and available in coolers. Breakfast was simple, but worked.

After a long day of traveling and hiking Devils Tower we looked forward to cooling off in the motel pool and getting some dinner. However after arriving we found out the pool was not operational (and after reading other reviews found out that it had also been broken two months before). The ice machine was also not working. Then we were told if we wanted dinner we would have to get there before 8 pm (it was six at that time) so we went to look for a restaraunt but not one was open so we needed to drive back to devils tower to find a place to eat. Over all this left me feeling very disapointed in this stop on our trip

C in room was broken. Told front desk twice and only response was well it gets cool at night…. It was 93 and 95 degrees two of the days….. left number for manager to call and they never did.. second time staying here this year and both times A/C was broken in our room. If your traveling to hulett stay at the Hulett Motel it's much nicer!!!

This hotel us beautiful inside and out. It also has a very friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was comfortable and despite an AC that had a slight fan grating noise we slept fine. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. It was a great stopover on our trek.

This was an exceptionally clean hotel with very great staff. We enjoyed our overnight stay. We were allowed to check in early as our room was ready. If you are going to visit Devil's Tower stay here overnight and go to park early in the AM.

It was clean, cozy and comfortable. Had a late check-in and staff was very accommodating. Great breakfast and you could tell that staff really cared about your experience there. Location located conveniently close to Devil's Tower National Monument!

We stayed at 7 different BWs, as well as, a number of other hotels on a recent 28 day vacation. By the end of our travels I was a BW fan. I was sure that in a BW hotel we would be in a safe location, the hotel and our room would be immaculate and fresh, and we would always be greeted by smiling faces and helpful staff. Unfortunately, this was not true with other chains. I'm now a BW believer.

We stayed here on 6/4-6/5/23 in rooms 103 and 105. The motel is well kept, has a nice lobby and a very good staff. The rooms were good sized, had a fridge with a freezer, microwave and coffee maker. The sink is outside the bath/toilet room (which was good sized). The internet and water pressure were good. Everything was clean, quiet and comfortable. There is coffee and water available in the lobby. Breakfast was OK, typical of a BW. The breakfast area is small so finding a seat can be challenging if everyone hits the area at the same time. This is our second stay here while visiting Devil's Tower. While staying here we ate at the 77 Steakhouse which we highly recommend. We would stay here again.

Pleasant clean and friendly place to stay in the heart of Devils Tower Country. Great for families and couples alike. Nice breakfast, great pool and hot tub. Very clean. Helpful staff. Walking distance to all eating areas in town.

Enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were nice, clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!! The only thing that could be an inconvenience for some people is that there is no elevator to get to the second floor.

Outstanding! Very clean, friendly & funny mgr easy checkin. Nice indoor pool & hot tub with towels, normal motel breakfast, waffles, boiled eggs, pastries, cereal etc. Nice large room quiet and dark we choose non-smoke/pet so we're upstairs; be aware there is no elevator. Ask for 1st floor if stairs are an issue. The location is great cute little town very near Devils Tower

Not many places to stay in town but this is a nice place. Clean comfortable rooms with soft beds. Mini fridge and microwave. Easy to get to and free parking. Close to devil's tower national monument..

Great service and staff! Location was good. Small town and great people in the area. The first look getting their and seeing the place was impressive. Wasn't like traditional brick and mortar…. when we walked in more of the same. And the staff made it that much nicer.

Clean, quiet rooms with smooth check in. Staff was courteous and welcoming. We stayed on first floor & room was quiet. Good beds and pleasant rooms. Beautiful town & surrounding area. Breakfast was weak, bring your own. Go to the ponderosa for supper.

Hotel is near Devils Tower. Cheaper than another hotel closer to the Tower. Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Folks at the front desk helpful in providing some food options as we arrived late. We walked to a nearby bar where we were able to buy a pizza and chat with the folks working the bar and patrons. Friendly place.

We stayed at this regular BW after staying at two BW plus hotels and I must say this was a far superior friendly atmosphere. I truly enjoyed the small hotel vibe. Yes, there was not an elevator or big huge television but instead we got to enjoy the pool area all for ourselves for a bit, do a quick load of laundry, walk to get food and just enjoy being treated well in this small town. The room itself was clean and quiet and perfectly comfortable. We loved the grab and go breakfast bag. Excellent for us to take on the road. Recommend 100%!

I chose this hotel based on its proximity to Devil's Tower and hope that being in a small town there'd be food options available. The hotel is beautiful, clean and fulfilled our needs. We especially appreciated the breakfast and guest laundry. It was late September and even though the temperature was 80 degrees, Hulett seemed mostly shut down. Even so, happy with our stay!

I worried about this one and was completely wrong. Their online photos aren't great, and I knew it was the only hotel in a tiny town. I need not have worried. The building is obviously older, but everything seems to have been renovated within the last few years (or less). All of the room furniture was in excellent condition (the desk chair looked brand new). Bathroom fixtures were all in perfect shape. Beds were comfortable. The artwork in the room was old western paintings of Devils Tower. The room and bathroom were immaculate. Not even carpet fuzz. Pool and hot tub were fine. Breakfast standard. But they had plenty of nice touches, such as the baskets of flowers by the front door. Yup: stairs only to the 2nd floor, but I got a downstairs room. I'd definitely go back.

The town of Hulett is so small, if you blink you'll miss it but we were very glad we stopped to spend the night. The hotel was clean, comfy, friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay although the price was higher than we would have expected in such a small remote town. The best part of our visit was dining at the Ponderosa Cafe (see my review). We highly recommend dining there. You won't be disappointed. Front desk staff was very helpful with the hotel computer and supplying an address we needed.

Perfect location - a short drive to Devil's Tower. Accommodations were perfect. Loved the decor both in the room and throughout the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, great shower, but a tiny bathroom. It was very quiet and we got a great night of sleep. Sufficient breakfast choices. The only problem we had was that we got into town late There was no one at the front desk and the door was locked. Took a while until we were able to reach someone by phone and then he came downstairs, opened the door and checked us in.

our stay was enjoyable and the motel was a nice respite in a busy day. the motel is in a very small town and they make you feel down home. we were greeted by a friendly clerk and our room was bigger than expected [compared to others on our trip] the breakfast in the morning was the same-old same -old, but other than that it was enjoyable.

Super clean! Comfortable bed! Front desk staff was wonderful. Had to use the washer/ dryer while here and the nice lady at the front desk was happy to give us change. Used the hot tub and the entire indoor pool area was clean. Would stay again!

This hotel was just what we needed for one night after visiting Devils Tower. In close-by Hulett, it offers 40 rooms and even an indoor swimming pool. Nothing pretentious, but the bed was comfortable, the room quiet, and the shower good. Breakfast was nothing great…a lot of cold choices, with one of the ubiquitous hotel waffle makers. Not bad, but nothing to write home about. But all in all, the hotel was just what we needed.

There aren't many options for this town, but the hotel was clean and comfortable. We could relax and enjoy the time spent with friends. The breakfast bar had enough options that we could all find something we liked.

Went for a walk shortly after 8 and Entire town was shut down, stores, restaurants and even the bar wasn't open. Eat before arrival. Vending machine in hotel Has microwave popcorn at least.

The Best Western Devil's Tower Inn in Hulett is the best place to stay if you are visiting Devil's Tower, Wyoming. Our king room was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The check-in and check-out process was efficient and friendly. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi are nice. The breakfast buffet offered many different choices. We would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

I selected a Best Western, in hopes that it would be a step over a motel, I was a bit disappointed. I paid quite a bit more, than the area motels too. We were given a second floor room, no elevator though. So, we were stuck with lugging up two coolers and our luggage, up an open, wooden staircase. I fortunately had my teen son with me, so he took care of that. Their jacuzzi was broke, not just the jets, the temp was about the same as the large pool. The room overall, was clean and comfortable. The AC was cool and is ran by a temperature control on the wall. There were five pillows to each bed and the room was tastefully decorated. The bathroom has no warming lamp, so wait to turn the vent fan on, if you're showering, or you will freeze. There is a shower/tub combo. Adequate towels were provided. There's a microwave and refrigerator in each room. The breakfast is included with your stay and there are several items to choose from. The breakfast room is very tight, especially for a hotel this size. There were two tables and then barstools and a raised bar. Overall, they need to bring down the price. It's nine miles from Devil's Tower, not just down the road, and without an elevator and jacuzzi, you can't justify spending $180/night for this!

Great hotel in a small town very close to Devil's Tower. Our family enjoyed or stay. The kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast wasn't fancy but passed. Just a short distance from Devil's Tower allowed us to go to the Tower, come back, rest, swim, eat and then go back to the KOA for Close Encounters movie at 7p.

This hotel is conveniently close to Devils Tower. It is super clean and the staff were all very friendly. The town is old west charm. They have hot breakfast or quick breakfast bags to go. I highly recommend staying here on your out west adventure!

It's a comfortable gem in a charming little town. t's an excellent option for staying near Devil's Tower and I would highly recommend it.. The bed was super comfortable, the room was spotlessly clean, and the staff helpful.

We were most pleasantly surprised by the beautiful scenery and quaintness of Hulett, WY. Best of all was the proximity to Devil's Tower. Also the golf course is second to none for sheer beauty. I'm ready to move to Hulett!

Best hotel we stayed in on our trip. Breakfast was awesome. Rare to find waffles anymore. Breakfast area was a little tight. Rooms were nice and clean, even had a sink in the bathroom. Staff was super friendly. Would be nice if the hotel was on the hill so you could see the tower, but not a big deal. The town it is in is really nice as well. Looks like an old west town. Way more than deadwood,

I spent one night in this hotel, and would recommend it to anyone visiting Devils Tower. I had reserved a room with a king bed, but apparently they were on the 2nd floor. I didn't feel like lugging my huge suitcase up the steps, so they switched me to a 1st floor room with 2 queen beds. I was exhausted from traveling and went to bed before it was dark out, but can tell you the room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and that's all I needed. They had an indoor pool and a hot tub that I didn't use and they served breakfast that I didn't eat. The front desk staff was friendly and polite.

This hotel is relatively convenient to Devils Tower. The hotel and rooms are attractively furnished (with the hotel looking like an oversized log cabin), and clean. While the breakfast certainly fulfilled the promise of a continental breakfast (and included cold biscuits and hot biscuit gravy), at this price point, though, competitors are offering a full hot breakfast. (Although those competitors would be elsewhere ...)

One of the nicest places I've ever stayed..... friendly staff, very good breakfast bar, pool (if you want it) etc.....everything was A-1.......only downside was no restaurant, but other than that, absolutely 0 complaints

The Best Western at Hullet was a great stopover near Devil's Tower. We arrived at Devil's Tower just in time for the sunset and a lunar eclipse!! We didn't get to the hotel until later in the evening. The room was so clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and accommodating. We decided to use the laundry facilities in the morning as we had been traveling for almost a week. The machines were modern and easy to use. The desk staff provided us with laundry products and change. Breakfast was satisfactory. It was a very good experience staying at this hotel.

This hotel is just great on all levels. The people/staff were kind, caring, and considerate. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and plentiful. The room was very clean and the whole lobby, eating area, and pool/hot tub area were well maintained. This was a perfect hotel for our visit. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay here. the staff was friendly and attentive especially the woman who was cleaning rooms. She went out of her way to give me a bag that we could put some things in. there was plenty of free parking. the place was clean.

Unfortunately our vacation westward ended in Cheyenne. My wife developed serious altitude sickness and ended up needing hospital care. Diana helped calm us down and listened encouragingly as we settled in for an extra night and she helped us rearrange our hotel stays at a long term hotel in lower altitude. Very pleasant place to stay.

This hotel was just great on all levels. The people were really nice, the building was modern and had a western cowboy theme, the breakfast was great and we had a great time. We visited in the off season and the hotel was not very full but that did not stop the staff from making sure every detail was taken care of, just like it would have been at the height of the summer tourist season. This was a perfect hotel for our visit.

Wonderful night's sleep and tasty breakfast the next day made this stop totally worth it! Check in was smooth & easy, the room was very comfortable and stocked with all the amenities we needed, and breakfast had a wide selection and everything was fresh and tasty. The room was very clean and the whole lobby and kitchen area were well maintained. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

I wasnt expecting to stay here I was headed to spearfish but the kids wanted to relax after hiking devils tower and surrounding places. but i will surely be back awesome hotel and staff, after being on the road all day.

My Best Friend and I stayed here on a visit to Devils Tower. Friendly, clean, comfortable, great breakfast, great location in a small town we could walk to for dinner, ice cream best ever, great gift shop and all we needed. Would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay in the most friendly hotel. Our experience in town was fabulous. The nicest people. The swimming pool was clean and easy to access. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

This was a surprisingly nice hotel in a very small town. Everything was clean with a friendly staff. The town had limited serviced as we visited at the end of the season in October so there was only one bar serving dinner. The breakfast was decent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Devil's Tower.

If you're looking for a hotel in the Devils Tower / Hulett, WY area, look no further. This hotel is clean, conveniently located, and the staff is top notch! They go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. They offer an expansive breakfast that is available all morning beginning at 5am (good for hunters!).

We were on the move constantly on a 16 day trip through 11 states and Hulett, WY was one of our stops for the night. We had dinner first at the 77 Steakhouse and Saloon, which was an excellent choice, and then we checked into our hotel on the late side. Check in was pleasant, our room was nicely appointed, clean, comfortable and quiet. I got a kick out of the lobby decor -- so Wyoming! Loved it! Had breakfast at the BW in the morning and then we were off to our next destination. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would return.

Located in the small unique town of Hulett WY near Devils Tower National Monument. The room was very clean, large and clean. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. If you are traveling to Devils Tower it is a great place to stay.

Value. The stay was an enjoyable experience for us all. The breakfast and amenities were great. I would totally recommend this chain to everyone. I signed up for a membership immediately and even got a 20.00 gift card

Super friendly staff and very accommodating to our needs. The staff was aware of our needs and focused on helping us. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this as a destination hotel. The management has done a good job selecting and training the local staff.

There are not a lot of options in the area so finding this property was very welcomed. Room was very nice. Limited breakfast options, but what there was were very nice. A 'Grab and Go' bag was there with water, banana, and pastry. Staff was excellent in every way.

Out on a family vacation and stayed here as it was near Devils Tower, our last stop that day. Small but nice. Clean and staff were friendly. Steep drive and could drag bottom but we did ok. Enjoyed, would stay again if in the area.

Lightning fast internet, I was able to upload my photos to my Google Photo account in seconds. Breakfast offered many choices, and the hot food was hot, and the cold food was cold. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, and the staff friendly. What else could a person want...except maybe a complimentary night.

This hotel has a great entrance staircase and provided one of the best nights sleep that I have had in a hotel for a while. I enjoyed the walk around the rustic and quaint town, good museum to visit, short drive to Devils Tower and definitely make the effort to eat at the recommended golf club - the dinner is a real road trip treat and at a quality restaurant.

We stayed at this hotel 2 nights while visiting Devils Tower and the surrounding area. It is a great location, very clean hotel, fantastic staff. We enjoyed the local restaurants, museum and shops. Great home base to explore the area and the Black Hills Forest. Easy drive everywhere and try friendly folks in this part of the country!

From the moment we walked in we were treated FANTASTIC! We were on an anniversary get away and didn't even realize there was a hotel in Hulett, we had just spent a TERRIBLE night in Sundance thinking that was as close to Devils Tower we could find a room, we needed rest, they found us the perfect room and we got the needed rest and were able to fully enjoy Devils Tower the next day!

We stayed at The BW and just around the corner was the Perfect Western Town. We had dinner there and took many pictures. Devils Tower was only a few miles away. Only thing was that there was NO elevator. We were on the 2nd floor and we had 4 bags. The staff helped but still an issue with stairs if your limited.

Nice hotel near Devil's Tower National Monument, comfortable place to sleep, room was spacious and clean with a nice bathroom. Very nice staff. I'd stay there again. Complimentary breakfast choices included waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, muffins, milk, coffee, orange juice. Visitors with mobility limits should know that there is no elevator. We were there in September and local restaurant choices were quite limited. Driveway from road is abrupt and steep, and scarred by vehicles hitting bottom. SUVs should have no problem, but any vehicle with low ground clearance or a front spoiler should beware.

We stayed here during our three week road trip. The facility is roomy, with an indoor pool, laundry, and always available coffee and tea. Our receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable about local dining and sights to see. Our room was large, comfortable, and clean. Everything about the hotel met and exceeded my expectations. We had a filling breakfast and continued on our way refreshed and ready for more fun.

The hotel lobby & room was clean and nicely decorated. Pool & hot tub were open late. Staff was friendly & helpful giving directions and dinner suggestions. Breakfast had hot as well as cold choices. Food was good. Even thought the breakfast room was safe feeling, the Hotel also offered a bag breakfast to go with coffee outside the breakfast room for those that did not want to enter the breakfast room (traveled during COVID). Would recommend and stay again

Loved this property! We were surprised at how big the rooms were. We had a double queen which was tastefully decorated with comfortable beds. The hotel was very clean. We especially liked the pool and hot tub which we had all to ourselves for 2 days. The location was within walking distance to town and close to Devils Tower.

The Hulett Best Western was a true delight. It was super clean. The room was spacious. The beds were great. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant, helpful, and professional. I was able to check in a bit early. The fridge was larger than normal. Laundry area was convenient. The pool area was well maintained. Breakfast was tasty. Honestly, the whole experience was great. As the only chain hotel in town, the Best Western is easily exceeding expectations. I would FOR SURE stay here again.

Nice hotel in a very small town. The staff here go out of their way to make this a great Best Western. One of the nicest in the chain. Stayed here on the way back from Sturgis after staying in several run down hotels. This was a refreshing change and I would stay here again. Only a few miles from Devils Tower.

Mediocre hotel, a little on the pricey side. We wanted to stay somewhere fairly close to the Devils Tower and Best Western was about 10 miles away. Nothing fancy about this hotel but it served its purpose. The mattress in our room was a little rough or maybe I should say a little too soft. It didn't seem to have much support left in it, but we are used to a firm mattress. The room was fairly clean but smelled slightly musty. Nothing fancy about the place and as mentioned a little pricey for what it had to offer. The customer service was outstanding, the woman working the front desk the afternoon of 8/27/ 2021 was beyond accommodating. Seems she kinda knew what everyone needed before they even made their request. The hotel did have free WiFi and the Restaurants were in walking distance. The Ponderosa Cafe was a real treat.

Charming hotel in a charming little town. Hotel was clean, room was clean. Our room could have used a new mattress we both sunk into holes in the mattress. Nice rustic decor. Full breakfast - waffles, eggs, yogurt, cereal, muffins, pastries, etc. Unfortunately when we were there their internet was down.

I stayed with my daughter and five of my grandkids, ages 8-15 (2 rooms) during a trip to the Black Hills and Devil's Tower. Was very glad we chose to stay here! VERY friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and quiet. Hulett was a fun town to visit, especially as they were gearing up for the Sturgis motorcycle week. Great food and service at the Red Rock cafe as well - loved the burgers, and you have to save room for the desserts! :)

Very nice staff, well appointed rooms. Some hotels seem to be skipping amenities these day—not this one! Really appreciated the grab-and-go breakfast bags by the front desk. Will definitely stay there again.

This Best Western is a gem in this area of the country, so much better than I expected. Our family stayed in two Large clean rooms. The beds were comfortable - room temp was great and the air was clear and clean. Breakfast was waffles and biscuits and gravy for a hot option, otherwise hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereals and bagels were offered and the coffee was really good. This hotel has a beautiful timber grand staircase but no elevator so if you can't handle the stairs ask for a 1st floor room which is accessible. The pool was very nice and clean albeit a bit cool on the water temp. Great location to go see Devils Tower. Devils Tower tip: go in the early evening when crowds are less - parking is a real problem by mid-morning as there is limited parking and no “remote lots” with shuttles so you just have to keep circling hoping to find someone leaving - can be a real problem. We went in the evening for a first visit and easily parked in the closest lot but when we came back the next AM we circled for quite awhile before lucking into a spot.

Great place to stay close to devils tower. The staff was really helpful with dinner and making sure we knew what times things closed. The pool was a hit with the kids. The room was spacious with good beds and showers. The breakfast was good. They also had takeaway bags for breakfast. Wish I'd have taken one:)

Beautiful hotel of log cabin design outside, carried inside with log stairway in the lobby. Rooms also carry out the western cabin theme. Rooms very comfortable and roomy. Swimming pool and hot tub felt good after a long day of driving. Staff welcoming and friendly. Both a quick check in and check out. Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Devils Tower.

Super courteous staff! Rooms are clean & A/C worked great (extremely important after long hot hike). Breakfast was ok, I just needed coffee and took water with grab and go for the kids. Coffee was the most important part for me!

We stayed in a king room, had to call for a late check in. Hotel staff was very accommodating. Room were clean , they did offer a grab and go breakfast as well as a sit down breakfast. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Our entire stay was excellent. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, staff was courteous and the breakfast was good. There remodeling work being done on the outside of the facilities but you would never be able to tell inside. This is a well run hotel and well worth the price.

We stayed overnight after hiking! Wonderful hotel, very friendly staff. Pool which was great for our kids, laundry facilities. Great breakfast and even offered grab and go breakfasts for people that were in a rush! We would stop here again! Loved it.

The hotel is really nice for being in a VERY small town. Great breakfast, clean rooms, nice pool area....needs a sundry/pantry due to the lack of local stores being open during normal hours. Also, the entrances to the hotel are quite steep...thankful that we visited in the summer and NOT the winter!

We chose this hotel because of location and it didn't disappoint. The hotel was clean, rustic and fit the area very well. My family and I felt safe. Be aware that there's not much around in terms of gas or food. Eat ahead of time or be there early enough to eat at one of the 3 options available. We ate at the golf course and it was good! There is a pool that guests were enjoying, we didn't have enough time to try it out though. No elevator but we were able to be on the first floor.

We got the family room with 3 Queen beds. It was perfect for our family of 4. Each of our tween-agers got a bed to themselves. This was extremely nice as we were exploring the west in a 12 passenger van shared with another family. The extra space was awesome and I wish it were available at other hotels.

Lived staying in this little town of 600 people, it was very peaceful and clean very kind people work there. The town had lots of little country stores with plenty of things to choose from the business owners were kind and generous very informative of the surrounding area

Great hotel only 10 miles from Devils Tower. My girls loved the pool and we enjoyed a quiet stay in Hulett. It is a lovely, walkable, small town. The golf club is also a great place for a nice dinner.

We stayed for one night at the Best Western in the small town of Hulett, a 10 minute drive from Devil's Tower. This is a smaller hotel, making it easy to run between our car and room. The lobby has an interesting, western animal theme and a a big log staircase. The front desk staff person was efficient and helpful. Our room was large and comfortable and had everything we needed, all in good working condition. Breakfast was mainly cold items, but more than adequate. I would note that Hulett is a very small town with limited dining options. We traveled early in the summer season, and the restaurant where we planned to have dinner was unexpectedly closed, apparently due to lack of customers. Luckily, the corner bar was very accommodating and we enjoyed pizza and beer for dinner.

The stay at the Best Western in Hulett Wyoming was great. All the staff were very cordial and helpful. Even the young lady that was cleaning rooms was very nice and very helpful. I recommend this motel if you are in the area.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. We had no complaints. Would stay again. Room was large with chair and ottoman, king size bed was comfortable. The only down thing would be to have a larger television. Air conditioning worked. Had hot water in the bathroom & it was clean.

Would have given a 5 but they don't offer the breakfast. They give out a snack bag and a nuke it breakfast sandwich. But not the nice breakfast you expect and paid for. C o v i d is a over. I know the risks of travailing, feed me a hot breakfast.

My husband and I stay here with our 2 young children while visiting Devil's Tower. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. We walked a few blocks to the local cafes for meals and really enjoyed our stay here.

The rooms were very clean. minimally decorated but neat and clean. We got one king size bed so plenty of room to move around the room. Staff was extremely pleasant. We enjoyed the amenities. Definitely will stay again.

This hotel sits right on the river and offers amazing views at a convenient walkable distance from Main Street restaurants and shops. The rooms are spotless and there is a restraint and ice cream bar on site. You wake up to rabbits and wild turkeys running about the property and sleep to the silence of nature. A good stay:

We really enjoyed our one-night stay here. Their website clearly let us know that they were working hard to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. For breakfast, they had assembled paper bags with bottled water, Belvita, a packaged roll and an apple. They also had bananas available. The desk staff also offered us the choice of Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches or breakfast bowl to take back to our room to microwave. The coffee and tea bar had gloves and hand sanitizer available with a sign requiring use.

We booked BWDT for one night on our way from Devil's Tower to Rapid City. I think it's one of the nicer hotels in the area. Rooms and hotel were very clean and they did a great job with Covid procedures in place. Grab and go breakfast was taken with us to eat in the car along with our coffees in to go cups. The pool and hot tub were down for maintenance (bummer, long rides in the car require hot tubs). Staff is very helpful and the lobby has that "cowboy vibe" which we loved. Location is great too from Devil's Tower.

The staff is extremely helpful, let us know which restaurants we could dine in and their hours-important since this is a small town and off season. The stay was very peaceful with me receiving a very good nights sleep. The hotel is situated just north of the Devils Tower National Monument in the town of Hulett, WY.

We stayed here one night during our road trip. The lobby is clean and full of atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable and large compared to normal hotel rooms. The staff was super helpful and kind. They helped find places for lunch and dinner and to plan our time at Devil's Tower. Because of Covid breakfast was not available to eat in the lobby but they had lots of options including Jimmy Dean frozen products to be taken back to our room to microwave. It is located where we could walk anywhere in town.

Family of five and stayed her for 2nights amd 2 days. With teenagers who are often travelling for sports events, we have been to a lot of hotels, and this one is this far one of the cleanest! It's small but it has a homey atmosphere! The 2 ladies at the front desk were very helpful! They dont have regular breakfast buffet but they offer a to go bag! Highly recommended if you are in the area!

After an 11-hour day of driving, this hotel was perfect! About 20 minutes north of Devils Tower Monument. The room was super clean and the beds were comfy! They offer to-go breakfast or bring food back to your room to enjoy (need to warm up in the microwave). The staff was nice and helpful answering our questions. The only reason I didn't give this a 5-star is because you will be able to hear your next door neighbor if you have a joint connecting room.

Great hotel for such a small town. The rooms were large, very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee and a nice take away breakfast in the lobby. The Ponderosa Café, which recommended is just a couple of minutes walk away. The Devil's Tower is just a short drive away. Very happy with this place.

This was one of the cleanest hotels in which we have ever stayed. We arrived mid afternoon and thought we would take a chance to see if your room was ready (knowing that there was no guarantee because it wasn't check-in time). Not only was our room ready, but we were able to reserve a time for the pool so our kids could swim (families could reserve one hour blocks of time to use the pool). The woman at the front desk told me if know one signed up to use the pool after us, the kids could stay longer..which made their day! I went into the room to give it a cleaning myself before we unpacked, and there wasn't a speck of dust to be found. I could not get over how clean this place was. It was also nice that they still offered a grab and go breakfast option that was safe and convenient. The staff was so helpful and the location could not be beat either. It was a quick drive to Devil's Tower and Hulett was a great little town. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone!

Place is western themed, very clean and feels new. Great location in downtown and you can walk to all the local bars and restaurants. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and gave us great recommendations for places to visit, eat and drink. Location is perfect base for visiting South Dakota attractions. We stayed two nights and did day trips to Devils Tower, Mt Rushmore, South Dakota Black Hills and Badlands. Much nicer staying here than on the freeway hotels. Hulett is a very scenic town.

This is a great hotel for a small town. Very clean, pleasant staff, and decent amenities. Our room was a typical room but had everything we needed. Our only concern was the shower took awhile for the hot water to come through. It wasn't a big deal and we would stay here again.

Wonderfully clean hotel that it quite new. With Covid 19, at another hotel we were given an abyssmal to go breakfast. At this hotel we were given the option of a sandwich or breakfast bowl to warm in our room microwave. We greatly appreciated this. Would definitely stay again.

We had come to see and visit the Devils Tower. This hotel is about ten miles from the Monument. The room was clean and the staff helpful. Small refrigerator and microwave. The hotel has an indoor pool that was open. This was a good place to use as a hub for our two days of visiting. There is a nice period museum in the small main street. The hotel had a sack breakfast to go and breakfast bowls for the microwave.

The hotel was nice and clean and quiet. The staff was amazing. The only complaint is the parking lot too small not enough parking spaces just so you are aware but it's an awesome hotel for being in a cute small town. We went to see devils tower and go to a friends wedding in town.

Got to town unaware of hotel facilities. Picked Best Western as they usually have nice rooms ect. this particular hotel was a cut above most hotels we have stayed at. Very nice atmosphere from the beginning. Staff was exceptional and helpful. beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were very clean and great water pressure in shower. an overall great experience

Stayed here only one night. The room was impeccable and the staff friendly. They did a great job with have a bag for breakfast to hand out and asked which items to place in it. Comfortable and quiet we loved our stay. There is no elevator so if you have lots to bring to room may want to request a first floor. Easy walk to dining and so close to Devil's Tower.

If you are looking for a nice hotel close to Devils Tower this place is for you. The pool is great for the kids and the breakfast area is a great place to meet. The one downside to this hotel is there is not a fitness room.

This is one of the cleanest BW that I have ever stayed at. The rooms are very clean and the linens were fresh and very clean. You cab tell that the ladies clean the way that they want their homes to look like. You can see the pride that they take in making sure your room is clean and organized. The breakfast every morning was excellent. The lady's at this motel deserve an award for having everything ready for the 4:30 AM hunters!

We stayed one night on an unexpected spur of the moment trip to devils tower. The front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom Was clean. The free breakfast was fresh and well stocked. Although we didnt use the pool it looked inviting and had many people in it. This hotel was so close to the tower and such a lucky unexpected find for us. Authentic Wyoming hospitality.

We stayed for one night and got two adjoining rooms which worked super well for our family. The pool was hopping and the staff were very friendly! I didn't use it but saw laundry and computer for use.

Stayed here while exploring Devil's tower. Room was spacious and clean. They have continental breakfast in the mornings minimal selection but fine. Walking distance to the small town dining options. I'd stay again.

This Best Western inn is a great find. We came across it by chance ready to stop for the night after a long day's driving and what a haven it is. Rooms are very well appointed, clean and comfortable, as well as being spacious. Fridge, microwave and coffee in the room. Great en-suite. A great base from which to explore this quaint little town and local area. Friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommended.

People were so friendly and willing to help in any way they could. The town was so fun and great food. Everyone wanted to help you. The restaurants were all homemade and so very fresh!!! It was very close to Devil's tower.

Our room was very nice and staff also very nice. Loved all the western art by Bob Coronado! The only bad thing there is no elevator to 2nd floor. Hotel is beautiful and beds comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and we would definitely come back again!

Being in a tiny town, wasn't sure about this hotel when I made reservations, but what a Wonderful surprise! It's so clean, nicely decorated, and the staff here is So nice! Everything seems fairly updated, and very “westerny”, but not old by any means. Bathroom is nice sized, and beds are comfy. Would recommend this place!

I booked a room online asked for accessible room low floor or near elevator. I arrived to learn there was no ADA accessible room available and the only room was on the second floor. No elevator. The desk lady was extraordinarily rude about it stating I could go stay some where else if there was somewhere. Which there wasn't. She did not offer to help with luggage or me hauling a walker up the stairs. Rude. Funny that no one was parked in handicapped parking but the accessible room was taken. The room was ok. A bit run down. But quiet and clean. Did not eat breakfast which looked like pastries and cereal. The space was super crowded and small. Couldn't fit the walker in the room.

The hotel is in really nice shape, and the room was actually way nicer than I expected. The beds were incredibly comfortable (so soft!), with a large bathroom and a minifridge, microwave, and coffee pot. The pool was perfect after hiking and a long drive. Breakfast included waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels/toast/croissants, hard boiled eggs. We only stayed one night but it's the kind of place you could comfortably stay for several nights. We didn't get to explore the town but it looks like there is plenty to fill an afternoon.

Perfect location, right off the road as you drive into town. Great Accommodations, wfi was easy to use, password provided at check in. I was staying alone while at a local event and felt safe. The rooms were very Clean. Everything seemed to be in perfect working order. The Staff was helpful & friendly.

Amazingly surprised by both quality of hotel, breakfast and the delightful gourmet restaurant in this sleepy little town of Hewlet! Devil's Tower was indeed a close encounter of the best type! Great end to our hike and drive about...dont miss Custer State Park in South Dakota....views thru tunnels of Mt. Rushmore much more inspiring than Rushmore up close and personal.

After leaving Little Big Horn we drove to Hulett and stayed at the Best Western Devils Tower. This is another excellent Best Western Hotel. Great location, ample parking, excellent room, friendly & helpful staff and a wonderful complementary breakfast. And a reasonable rate. If we ever return to this area, we will stay here again.

We would definitely stay here again. The room was spacious enough to set up a twin inflatable mattress. There were two queen beds but we needed space for one more. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was nice with granite counters. They even had organic green tea in the breakfast area which I appreciated.

A very clean hotel located just off the main street within easy walking distance of the restaurants in Hulett. They do not have an elevator and it is a two story hotel. So if you don't want to carry your bags upstairs be sure to ask for a first floor room. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. They have a washer/dryer just off the reception desk if needed (fee).

Right now, my spouse and I are seeing the National Parks and Monuments in the Plain States. We are currently in Wyoming after seeing Devil's Tower. Before driving to Yellowstone, we are staying at the Best Western Devils Tower Inn. The establishment is very clean. The rooms are spacious, and everyone is very friendly. This is the weekend of the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, so every place within a two hour drive of Sturgis is packed. So is the best western in Hulett, Wyoming! A great place to stay.

This hotel is a bit dated, but our king room was surprisingly very nice. Spacious, with a comfortable bed and upgraded bathroom. The room had a microwave and fridge. Great to pop the popcorn they gave us in our goody bag when checking in! Tv was a bit small....but not a big deal. Don't hesitate to stay there!

This is seriously the CLEANEST room we've ever stayed in. Beats the 5-star hotels with the service and the room quality. The location is very near to Devils Tower (12-15mins to the entrance) and there are really good nearby restaurants. Highly recommended! We were extra satisfied with our stay.:)

Clean, quiet and comfortable. We were welcomed in a friendly manner and our room was quite large. Sleeping was excellent and the hotel was really quiet. The pool and hot tub were a comfortable temperature. Breakfast is really simple, so if you are looking for a really hearty breakfast - don't expect one. However, it suited us just fine. It's about 20 minutes to Devils Tower and it's a very simple and scenic drive. I give this a 5 star based on what is available and what could be available because you are in a remote area. If I ever came back to stay overnight, I would stay here.

Stayed here after visiting Devil's Tower. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice. We had a ground floor room on the back side of the hotel which was very quiet and convenient. The breakfast options were a little limited compared to some other hotels but everything they offered was of good quality. I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting the area.

We had a great stay here. The pool was nice to unwind in after being on the road all day, the hotel was clean and the property and facilities were well taken care of. This location was a great place to stay for visiting Devils Tower. The city of Hulett was a fun little town to stay in.

Rose Ann, the Manager, and her staff were so professional and friendly. This is the best hotel in Hulett. Western art throughout by local artist, Bob Coronato. Ask to be in a room on the back side of the hotel, away from the road.

This hotel is conveniently located for Devils Tower. The staff is superior as they are very hotel is beautiful and very clean. The rooms are roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The town is very cute but had a limited amount of places to eat.

We flew into Rapid City, made a stop for lunch in Sturgis,, checked into our hotel in Hulett WY. Staff their were great !! Had dinner at a local spot owned and operated by guy from Paterson NJ. Best pizza west of Mississippi

My family was on a road trip from Wi to WY and this was by far the nicest hotel we stayed at. This place is so neat and clean we actually thought it was just built. We compared every hotel along the way to this one.

Sooo surprised! The hotel was super clean! Breakfast was great and staff super friendly! We spent the previous night in Sioux Falls SD...Dakota Lodge...ehhh!!! So happy to arrive and see how nice the BW Devils Tower was/is! Close to Devils Tower and a few nice places to grab a bite to eat. I would highly recommend!

This was perfect. Good room with all the necessities, OK breakfast; very pleasant and helpful staff. About 8 miles to Devils Tower. Laundry facilities and everything you need. This small community has all you need.

For this kind of hotel it offered everything you expect. Large rooms in hotel up against a hill (so quiet). Breakfast was good and the internet worked great. The shower water was hot and the bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub are in doors so available year round. Lastly, the reception was very nice.

We had a clean, comfortable room, the staff was friendly and the parking convenient. The only negative was the limited breakfast selections compared to other Best Westerns or comparably priced Marriott properties we have stayed at out West.

Stayed for 2 nights and had no problems from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. The room was well equipped and was cleaned following the first night. Beds were comfy with nice linen. Breakfast was ample despite an earlier group of hungry cyclists eating before us! Staff were friendly both when checking in and checking out. The location was the main point though, being just a 10-15 minute drive away from Devils Tower. We could park our car, however the car park was relatively busy in the evening. Hulett itself is a small and quaint town with brilliant restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommend if visiting Devils Tower or moving onto other places.

When I first entered town, my first thought was: This place has a Best Western? The town is a quaint western style cowboy town with all barn wood and pole store fronts. The streets had been paved probably near the beginning of the last century. I expect to see Hoss or Little Joe Cartwright ride up and lasso some tourists. The hotel fit right in with the aesthetics of the community. It was a log structure that you wold expect to a bunkhouse on the Ponderosa. As you enter the front door, the firat thing in view is a tremendous log stairway to the second floor. I am sure I have seen this used as a scene in a John Wayne western The room was good size and very comfortable. if you wanted to go "off-the-grid" for a week, this would be a great place to get away from the rat race. The locals say the area gets over run with bikers in July and August, and it used to be that the bikers tried to look and act a little rough, but that is hard to do now as the bikers get off of their Harley's and use walkers to shuffle into the local watering holes. I was going to give 5 stars to this hotel, but their breakfast was a little disappointing. they had some pastries and biscuits & gravy, but no scrambled eggs or bacon/sausage. Arrive early as good parking is limited

Great staff, rooms, dining area. And the handmade log staircase when you enter the hotel was stunning, incredible craftsmanship! The breakfast was delicious with enough options to satisfy any appetite.

We had reservations and arrived in late evening planning to visit Devil's Tower the next morning. The hotel is very fitting and well decorated to match the environment. The staff was very friendly. The pool was a very nice amenity also. Rooms were super clean and had everything we needed traveling with two kids. The breakfast was also very good and exceeded my expectations. I would highy recommend this hotel, as it ranks among the best as we travel cross the country visiting national parks.

Staying in Devils Tower area for photography and wanted something that was close to the national park (this hotel is a little over 10 minutes from the entrance) and comfortable. The BW met my expectations. Clean rooms and friendly staff made this hotel a great choice. Several local restaurants within walking distance. Reliable wifi, pool, hot tub, fridge, and microwave.

Decor and attention to detail inside and out is worth the stay. The room was very clean and it was nice having a glider to sit in as I read and relax. The breakfast was well stocked and it was nice having a separate area to eat. The lodging is very close to Devils Tower. And it was nice looking out the window to see a mountain .... total privacy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Devils Tower Inn. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They wanted to make sure we were comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the gluten-free and lactose-free breakfast options. During our five day trip through WY, MT, and ND, it was they only place we stayed that offered those items. It was a great breakfast. It was close enough to Devil's Tower that we went there the day we arrived and then again the following day.

We stayed there to visit devil's tower. The small city is really cute. The room was clean and comfortable. A little bit dusty but I guess the room was unoccupied for a while. The breakfast was continental but had a wide variety of choices contrary to other places. This hotel is a good choice if you want to stay near devils tower.

This hotel is newer, has wonderful upgrades, is very clean, and has a great, hot breakfast. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The town itself is very small but this gem belies any concern it would be unkempt. Highly recommended!

This is a great example of a nice best Western, yet in such a tiny town. We are fortunate that they are there and have such a nice clean place to stay while visiting Hulett. Walk to town. Will be back again.

We went to visit the Devils Tower monument. And then stumbled on this gem. It's a Best Western done up like a Mountain Lodge Cabin. Both outside and inside. It 's so awesome. The people were friendly. The room was so nice and so clean. It's off the main stream in the cutest little town that looks like it is from a western movie. We decided that if we are in the area again, we are going out of our way to stay here again.

Near Devils Tower and offers clean rooms and great atmosphere. Easy walk into the small town of Hulett which is interesting place. Worth the walk. Friendly people and neat town. Breakfast was good with adequate variety.

I was surprised to find this very nice hotel in such a remote location. The desk clerk was very nice and when we asked about the UFO convention that met there earlier, she sold us some really cool t-shirts. Rooms were great. I highly recommend coming in on highway 34/24 from Belle Fourche, South Dakota.

Welcoming staff, tastefully decorated with local flair, very well appointed room. We stayed for one night on a cross country road trip. Close to Devil's Tower. We just happened upon this lodging but I'd book there in a heartbeat.

Fantastic welcome from the Best Western team. A large clean warm room accommodating us and our mess after 4 days hunting in the snow and mud. A great place to decompress, warm up, clean up and catch up on sleep. Thank you. A couple of great little restaurants and bars made it a great stay we would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

The location is excellent, only 10 minutes from Devils Tower. The town is tiny but has a really good deli across the street from hotel. Hotel itself is very good. The rooms are clean and in good shape. I always try to stay on the top floor, and here they do not have an elevator. If that is a problem then just stay on the main floor. Breakfast is pretty standard. Only negative to me was the computer for guests is under the stairs and is covered with stuff falling through gaps in the stairs.

We have a group motorcycle ride to Hulett and Devils Tower each year. They have never dissapointed us with their service and accomodations. We will continue to stay at Best Western Devils Tower whenever the need arises.

I have stayed in tons of hotels and this has been the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in. A super cute log inn, everything was pristine clean, rooms were big, bathrooms were perfect, having the fridge and the hot tub and pool was fun. Everything was locked down so we felt safe. I am super impressed as I have stayed in many Best Westerns and most of the times the rooms would be smelly, dingy and dirty. If we ever come back to Wyoming, we will always stay here! Thank you for the fantastic service as well. This Inn is rocking!!! I LOVED LOVED IT! 10 minutes from the Devils tower and the local bar/cafe has great food too! Beds were comfy as well!! Well done Best Western!!!

My husband and I wanted to visit Devil's Tower National Monument and were looking for a hotel very close to the monument. Best Western Devil's Tower Inn is about 8 miles from the monument in the small western town of Hulett, WY. We found the staff to be friendly and very accommodating, the rooms comfortable and clean and the decor of the hotel very fitting the area. A great breakfast is also included each morning. We have recommended this hotel to our friends who may be traveling to Devil's Tower in the future and will continue to recommend it to anyone who wants a nice, reasonably priced, and friendly place to stay when visiting Devil's Tower.

Quiet location in Hulett which is small quaint town. Squeaky clean wisoft beds. Great breakfast too! If you're going to Devils Tower, you can't go wrong staying here. Would recommend it to anyone. Be sure to check out the restaurants and antique stores while you're in town.

Friendly, modern, updated nice comfortable beds, microwave, fridge, free wifi, plenty of room and nice size bathroom. Clean, indoor pol and spa. Well kept, highly recommend. Close to Devils tower. Free breakfast too.

. After driving all day and seeing Devil's Tower, we were too tired to drive any farther, So we drove through Hulett to see if there was any place to stay for the night. We came upon a new Best Western so we stopped. WOW! It was beautiful. Extremely nice staff. The room was immaculate. The beds were new and so comfy! The indoor pool was pretty, but I was too tired to try it out. It's a gorgeous drive outside of the quaint little town. Don't miss it.

This is a great location and excellent hotel. It is close to all the local businesses and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. I highly recommend this location to stay at for any event in this area.

Gorgeous staircase! Loved the lobby with the amazing mounts, furniture and pictures! The room was nicely decorated, bed was comfortable, shower was great. Staff was very friendly. We would certainly stay here again!

Traveled here to watch my Grandson play high school football, staff was amazing and hotel was wonderful.Definately will stay here again if we are ever this area again,thanks for being such great host!

This is the nicest hotel in the area, but don't expect luxury. The rooms were clean and spacious, but nothing to write home about. We checked in the early evening of 8/31 and the front desk was less than professional. I gave her my name for the reservation and showed my confirmation, but she insisted I didn't have one. After some grumbling, it magically appeared and she continued to be passive aggressive about the situation. I have no clue why, but toward the end, it was clear that she realized she was being rude and did a 180 and became friendly. Either way, it was a bizarre exchange for someone who is supposed to work in customer service.

This was a great place to stay. The motel was very clean and the bed super comfy. Never had a chance to try the pool but it looked nice. They had a decent breakfast and even some gluten free and non dairy options.

This hotel is perfect for those passing through. Large rooms, beds and free breakfast. Internet was good too. The possibility for doing the laundry for a small fee is well appreciated. In the City is a Fantastic museum, zee the photo!

Admittedly there is not much choice in Hulett but we picked the BW as have prior experience of the chain and know what to expect. Room was a little dark, the walls are painted in a shade which could be yellow or could be stained with age. Room was large and equipped with microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Beds were comfortable. Dated decor throughout. Lobby is full of hunting trophies - bison, deer etc Good sized indoor swimming pool and hot tub, with towels provided. Breakfast was just OK. Room is way too small for the number of guests. Plenty of parking. Hotel is about a 20 minute drive from Devil's Tower - so really handy if you want to make repeat visits. Hotel staff are friendly. There is a laundry - but only two machines and one out of order on the day of our visit.

We stayed one night and it was just fine. Room was clean and so quiet at night. Not sure how full it was but lots of motorcycles and a bus in the parking lot when we left. I'm not a fan of adjoining rooms but we could not hear anything from the room beside us - the seal on the door was really good. Breakfast room was really tiny and not a huge selection - but we had a quick bite before we headed back on the road. It was great for a one night stay!

The room was clean and decent size. They don't have an elevator but have nice stairs. The pool was nice and warm. The breakfast was average. Nice little town to stay in. Ate at the Red Rock Cafe and it was really good.

Best Western has never been my first choice but this was very nice. Large comfortable room, large bathroom, three adults that helps. Slept well and staff were very helpful. Glad we were on the first floor, no elevator and we had to bring all of our junk in.

We were greeted by a very friendly woman at check-in who was local and gave us some great insight to the area. We traveled here by chance during Sturgis, but we were, for the most part, unaffected by it sleeping at this hotel. Our reason for our stay was to visit Devils Tower. We ate dinner in town, which was overtaken by Sturgis crowed, so in hindsight, we wished we had gone to the KOA restaurant at Devils Tower entrance. We only stayed one night during a 2 week road trip, but it was one of our best nights of sleep. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet. Beds were so awesome! Rooms very nice and CLEAN!! The entire hotel has really high ceilings which give a nicer appearance. Our child used the pool. She said it was nice and clean. Breakfast area was small but the food offered was standard. No “hot” options except waffle maker and oatmeal (prepared from packet with hot water). A woman was there the entire time cleaning and checking the stock of everything. ??

Great location for visiting Devils Tower. Reasonably priced, large, clean and comfortable rooms. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the room. Beds are comfortable. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in room. On-site laundry is a nice plus. Staff is friendly, helpful and efficient.

The location was about 10 minutes from Devil's Tower which why we chose to stay here. We picked a first floor room partially because there is no elevator. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. The hotel is within walking area to several restaurants in the area. Hullet is a small community, and we felt very safe here. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast room at was smaller than usual. We arrived for breakfast around 6:30 a.m. and there were not any chairs to sit down. We took our breakfast back to our room to eat. Since the room was small the food selection was smaller than a typical Best Western hotel. We asked the front clerk for suggestions for a restaurant for dinner within walking area. She recommended The Ponderosa and their pork chops. We enjoyed our meal, it was pricey but delicious.

This BW has the friendliest staff!!! They made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in to the time we checked out. The king room was large, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom toiletries were nice and it was stocked with plenty of nice towels. The breakfast was typical for BW including rolls, fruit, cereal, biscuits n' gravy, waffles...etc. The ladies kept it stocked and clean and would ask if anyone needed anything. The decor is nice...love the wildlife in the lobby. It's very close to Devils Tower...very cool place. Nice deli in the area. We will definitely be back!! Thanks BW Hulett!!!!!

I wanted to go to Devil's Tower and not have to drive too far...this was a great hotel not only for the location but for the staff and the room. The room was very cosy, clean and spacious. Because the Tower wasn't too far away, we walked the base of the Tower in the afternoon and then went back for an excellent Ranger program that evening.

We were travelling and wanted to stay in the Devil's Tower region instead of driving over from Rapid City where we had spent the last few days prior. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the hotel overall. The staff was very accommodating to our requests and really made us feel welcome. We live in the country, so we appreciated the small town atmosphere after staying in Rapid City. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Motel was clean and certainly close to Devil's Tower. Rooms were clean but did seem just a bit musty smelling. Beds were fine. I gave it four stars as the breakfast area and offerings were very limited. Never got to the pool/hot tub as it was loaded with kids!

We checked in and were simply impressed with the staff, cleanliness, and overall appearance of the hotel. The room was very big, nicely appointed, and frankly one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. I actually thought it was a new hotel as it was in such fantastic shape! The staff were super nice and helpful, the breakfast was just fine, and the place was very quiet. I'll stay there again in a heartbeat when coming back through next time! PS - thank you for recommending the Ponderosa Cafe down the street - it was excellent!

Best word to describe our stay- delightful! We weren't sure what to expect when driving into Hulett but we were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff was very friendly, the room was simply perfect, exceptionally clean and we agree with our kids- it was a lot better than the hotel in Rapid City we'd spent the previous 3 nights at. I called ahead when I saw there was no elevator because my husband uses a cane and they were very accommodating, getting us into a first floor room by the door. We loved the room, breakfast had quite a good variety for a small hotel. We didn't get to use the pool but it looked well maintained. At check in, the staff advised us of where to eat, suggesting the “R Deli” across the street and we are glad we took their advice- delicious! We have already recommended Best Western Devil's Tower to friends as a great place to stay. Service was 5 star and the location was great- only about 15 min away from Devil's Tower,

Great little hotel to stop and view Devil's Tower and Hulett. While in the area, we also visited the Center of the Nation in Belle Fourche, SD, and The Sundance Kid statue in Sundance, WY. Beautiful area that should not be missed.

The rooms were nice. The breakfast had no eggs besides the cold hard boiled eggs in the refrigerator. There was no bacon or sausage. The breakfast available were bananas, waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, rolls and pasteries and juices, which is great as long as you weren't diebetic or had to limit your carbs. I'm usually pretty good with a breakfast as long as I can get some eggs for protein, I just found the breakfast provided as a bit a a disappointment. I had to go down the street for my breakfast.

This is more like what I stay at Best Western for. The room was great, large and clean. Catie, the lady that checked us in was extremely helpful. She said if we had't eaten dinner yet, it was almost 8:30pm, we needed to hurry since the last restaurant would close at 9. I told her we really wanted to hurry to the hot tub and pool to relax after a long day and we wouldn't have much time since the pool closed at 10. She told us she would keep the pool open till 10:30 and maybe till 11:00 so we would have plenty of time to use it. She was a life saver for the three of us. We enjoyed our time in the water.

The room was well appointed, super clean, upgraded well. Location is 7 miles from the Tower. Town of Hulett is super cute, iconic western. Customer service was fantastic. Breakfast was included (hot and cold offering, lots of variety).

We recently stayed in this Best Western after visiting Devils Tower. The property is beautiful and our room was extremely nice. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was well stocked and kept clean. The breakfast room is small, so get there early. Great stay!

This was the nicest looking BW I've ever see . Great grand stairs in the lobby. And it's rooms are great! Easy spot in the way to Devils Tower. Plenty of parking. Town is super small and cute by the hotel.

We stopped here for a night it's a sleepy little town. Hotel was great! Pool and hot tub was wonderful! Asked were to go for dinner. Only two places were open. Good recommendation! Breakfast was great! Coffee was wonderful! Room comfortable!

Nice large comfortable room and good bed - slept great. The wifi was fast but kept dropping and I had to reconnect every 5 minutes. The free breakfast was very weak - no healthy options. Good location for Devils Tower and Hulett is a very nice small town.

Big, standard and simple BW in the historic town of Hulett WY. Big rooms - free WiFi - good TV/cable. Good solid breakfast, quick and friendly check-in. 2 floors - no elevator. Advertises fitness centre - no - just swimming pool. Big lobby with interesting collection of various stuffed animal heads - - one is very special and just seeing this specimen is worth the visit!

Nice, but overpriced rooms. The staff was surly, to say the least. Unhappy with their job and showed it. Breakfast was so-so, with self-made waffles the only hot food. Entrance to the hotel is very steep and if you drive a car with little ground clearance it is a problem. Even though it has Devils Tower in its name, it is 8 miles from the entrance

We stayed here one night before going to Devil's Tower. The property was very nice; check-in was quick and we had a nice size room. It was quiet and we had a good night's sleep after driving all day. The hotel looks new or very recently remodeled with a faux log cabin and western theme. The breakfast was a good continental style with both pancake and waffle makers. We would definitely stay again!

We got the last room at here and were very happy with it. Standard Best Western comfort and cleanliness, and a pretty good breakfast. We didn't make use of any amenities but the (indoor) pool and spa area looked clean and inviting. Mind the steep entrance driveway and the big groove in the middle of it, especially on a bike or motorcycle.

We've been traveling for four days and 1200 miles. This was the friendliest, cleanest, and most comfortable place we have stayed! The breakfast was delicious and they offered gluten-free options. If you're coming out to Devils Tower or the Badlands this is the place to stay!

By far the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on, and I'm kicking myself for not asking what the brand was. Beautiful hotel, nice breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms, great location, and an alien among the animal trophies (ha!). Couldn't have asked for anything more!

Excellent despite the lack of an in-hotel restaurant. There are 2-3 places to get lunch and dinner in town. Staff was very friend, helpful and had a great sense of humor. Room was very comfortable and the view from our room was interesting.

We've stayed at the hotel before but never with a child--this was our 7 year old grandson's first trip to the Black Hills area. He even enjoyed himself a lot--especially the pool and making his own waffles for breakfast.

More road sign to indicate Hotel location. Lighting, shower and bed can do better. Breakfast OK. Surrounding quiet, No Convenience shop and few restaurant seen at the vicinity. Internet is OK. Suit for stay one night only.

Friendly, helpful staff - gave us advice on several places to eat. The room we had was well appointed with all the amenities you'd expect. The only disappointment was the water temperatures in the spa and the pool - the pool was too cold, the spa was too hot so we didn't get the opportunity to really test them.

I enjoy staying at this hotel and it is my numero uno in this town. Rooms are comfy with comfy beds, spacious, appointed well. Walkable distance to restaurants and downtown area. Easy to find, Staff here is just the best. The people working here have worked here for a long time. They remember guests even if they only see them once a year. They make sure each and every guest receive a quality experience and are comfortable/well taken care of. It's better than home where here everyone is happy to see you!! My fav thing is seeing the alien sculpture on the wall...I like aliens...no matter where they are from, lol. Lobby has beautiful decor: local artists work, trophies, comfy furniture, bodaciously beautiful staircase. Kudos, Best Western Devil's Tower, you are the best!!

Great little hotel after a long drive. Very convenient to our destination, Devil's Tower. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and nice pool area. Breakfast was free (self serve waffles with a variety of toppings, yogurt, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, sausage and gravy with biscuits, and a few fruit options). Overall nice property, would definitely stay again.

Place was rustic but nice. Rooms were spacious but a bit old, or maybe just rustic. Interesting decor filled with dead animal heads. Breakfast was standard bw fare. Did recognize diamond status with a goodie bag.

My family had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, bright, and comfortable. The atmosphere was nice and I've never slept so well in a hotel as I did here. The breakfast room is small and got congested quickly, but we just ate in our room so it wasn't a big deal. The driveways to get in and out the parking lot are really steep (to me)...I didn't explore enough to see if there was another way to get into the parking lot though. Overall, I think it's a nice place and I would definitely stay again.

Our room was quite large and very comfortable. Accommodations were clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was a little lacking in the morning, even for a hotel breakfast. No elevator so be prepared if you are packing much up the stairs.

We stay there every year during the hunting season and wouldnt stay any where else the hotel is great and the staff is wonderful and you get a fabulous breakfast every morning and when you get back from hunting you get to soak in the hottub next to the pool.

October/November in Wyoming is hunting season. This facility does an excellent job accommodating the hunters, especially the early set up for breakfast so we can be in the field by daylight. Very helpful staff, clean facility, and reasonable rates. Small parking lot and street only parking if you have a trailer. Plenty to do in the area besides hunting. Nice and quiet mountain town (at least in November).

Great staff and facility. Food was excellent. Parking is tight but doable. Much better than anything in Sundance! We return to this hotel every year and have never been disappointed! It was the manager who informed me by phone that the deer season had been shortened 5 years ago, saving us much grief!

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and this stay was every bit as good as the last time. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet and the staff is very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

This was our third year in a row staying here. Every year we are impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general, the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the breakfast. The kids love the pool. We look forward to staying again next time we are in the area.

The Best Western offers excellent value with very good accomodations. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. The decor is in keeping with the location and very pleasent. The staff iis very responsive to your needs. House Keeping did an excellent job in cleaning the room and making sure that an ample supply to towels are available.

We were happy to take a break from sleeping in our RV and let the kids play in the pool and for us to relax in the spa. Timing was perfect because it had just turned cold and snowed. Was nice to warm up and get out of the RV for a night in this great little town.

This is a great hotel with the usual Best Western amenities, breakfast and in room wifi. Parking was easy, the room was comfortable, and staff was very helpful and accommodating. The laundry facilities worked well.

This hotel, tucked away in a very small community, was delightful. Bed comfortable, bathroom spacious and efficient, room spacious and well appointed. I would highly recommend this if you're in the area!

A deluxe breakfast which would of included eggs & meat would of been nice. Hot-Tub was very hot & pool was very cold. Kinda weird not having a night person on duty. The room was very nice and the ambiance was very good for the price.

We arrived later in the evening and the town was dead and so small, there was road construction going on and it was just pitch black...so very eery to me. Staff was ok a little less happy than most but maybe it was the time of the evening...room was ok not as upgraded but cleaned and nice.

I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, the room, staff, breakfast was great! I was a block and a half away from my work location. This is a great little place to visit, great historic places to visit and I found some nice places to eat.

We arrived early after visiting Devils Tower but were allowed to check in. Lovely little town and hotel is just at the end of the Main Street so walkable to the few bars and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the usual for this type of hotel though the breakfast room was very small. Would definitely recommend if visiting the area.

This is a nice clean hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. We stayed during the off season, and it was lovely. Can't say enough good things about the staff there. Two caveats - we were traveling with an adult disabled child, and there is no elevator, so be sure to book on the first floor if you have a similar need. Second, there are no room with bathrooms that are friendly towards those with disabilities. Adding grab bars and hand held shower heads would be cheap and provide a long step forward for folks like our daughter.

After stopping at Devil's Tower we stopped for the night. The hotel is in a town of 300 people but was definitely up to the Best Western standard. A very comfortable quiet hotel! Would stop again given the chance.

We found this motel to be clean, quiet and a it had a comfortable king size bed. We got a good nights sleep before heading out to hike in Spearfish canyon the next day. Staff was friendly. Breakfast and coffee were so so. I would recommend to others and would return when back in the area.

We had planned to camp near Devils Tower, but rain and near-freezing temps convinced us to book a room here last-minute. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet, even on the first floor not far from the lobby. The pool is a little small, oddly shaped, and not ideal for vigorous swimming, but the kids had fun splashing around in it and the pool area is spacious and clean. The breakfast was nice, with a variety from oatmeal to yogurt to cereal, however the breakfast area is very tiny with bulky wooden tables and a few chairs crammed in, making it difficult to move around or have very many people eating at once. Not a horrible issue, but would make it difficult for a large group or family to eat together at the same time. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.

Very nice hotel in a small town. We Loved the log cabin exterior. Our Room was clean and spacious and we slept great. If we are ever back this way, we will definitely stay here again. Oh, and the staff was very friendly and courteous.

Best Western Devil's Tower, while an older building, was clean and convenient for our one night stop to see Devil's Tower. Staff was friendly and efficient and the free breakfast exceeded our expectations.

Everything was just great. From the ease of check in, to the access to our room, Parking, Comfort and affordability. The rooms were awesome. Locations was walking distance from the café, the saloon, antiques shops, hardware store. Just good old small town fun.

I have stayed at the Devils Tower Inn several times in the last few years. I appreciate the attention to details with my room and the friendly staff from booking the room to check-out. It is a gem in the area and I have always enjoyed my stay.

This clean, comfortable motel offers a nice place to stay proximate to Devils Tower. While Huelett, WY is a small town devoid of major hotel chains, the BW Devils Tower Inn shines as a beacon for a nice place to stay when enjoying Devils Tower. It is located about 9 miles from the Tower, largely through beautiful rolling ranch land. Drive carefully because there are plenty of deer along the road.

We were delighted to have stayed at the BW Devils Tower Inn. The staff were excellent and quite helpful. We arrived after a long drive from Denver, where American Airlines had mislabeled my luggage. The front desk could not have been more helpful in giving me provisions that were missing due this mishap. Our room was quite large and extremely comfortable. I also felt the character of the hotel was quite charming as it reflected the Western atmosphere in which is is located. I highly recommend this property for those visiting this area.

Front desk lady was very friendly to some dirty bikers after a long day. Gave some recommendations for place to walk to for drinks. Hotel offers rags for your bike. No elevators so you have to lug your stuff up little at a time. Never saw this lady slow down. Saw her at 11pm and again at 7am cleaning rooms. And continue mixed to be friendly and offer to help.

Spent one night here with a friend on our visit to Devils tower. Hulett is about 10-15 minutes past the tower. The hotel was clean & comfortable. Staff were nice. The hotel provides a decent continental breakfast - nothing fancy. The breakfast room is a little cramped due to the size of the tables they've put in there. There are a few restaurants where you can have dinner - we ate at the ponderosa per the recommendation of the front desk person. It was just a 2 block walk from the hotel. Decent food. Hulett was a cute little town.

Hotel fine except for breakfast being very late one morning, which negatively impacted our plans for the day,. Location of hotel near Devils Tower was the main draw for us as the main purpose of the trip was to climb the tower.

My family (of 5) stayed in this hotel. The beds were comfortable, the decor was entertaining, the pool looked lovely (though we didn't make it in) and the breakfast was just what we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful and we'd gladly stay again.

Near Devils Tower, this hotel is a great choice. Couldn't have been happier with our overnight stay. Fast wi-fi, great shower and comfortable bed. The log cabin exterior and lodge style interior decor matches the location perfectly.

This hotel was perfect. It was beautifully decorated and clean. The staff was friendly and the location was nice for our visit to Devil's Tower. The only problem I had were the uncomfortable pillows but then I am very picky.

I think this hotel is the probably the best choice for this area. I suspect the hotel is a relatively older one in that it shows a few signs of wear, though not serious ones, and had a slightly musty smell in the stairway and hallway. However, we did not notice any smell in the room or in the lobby. The room was of good size and was very clean, quiet and comfortable and contained a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The TV remote was enclosed in a covering with the label "fresh remote". I assume this was a remote which had been cleaned in some way; if so, that's a reassuring touch. The lobby had a rustic look and had interesting stairs. The breakfast area was a bit cramped. I think the space would be more efficiently used with square or rectangular tables rather than round and with smaller chairs. The breakfast itself was good and a fairly standard included hotel breakfast. I appreciate the fact that whole milk was available for cereal; that's not usually the case. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The nearby Ponderosa Cafe is a good choice for a meal,

Perfect location for our day and a half at Devils Tower. We opted to go straight to the monument and enjoy sunset and a hike before checking in at the hotel. We enjoyed the hot tub and a relaxing night before getting up for a good breakfast and heading back to Devils Tower for more pictures and hiking. The hotel is very well maintained and the staff were great (and Wyoming is gorgeous!!).

The location is perfect in Hulett. A short drive to devils tower.The staff is friendly, the room clean , just a bit dated. It was very comfortable, clean and quiet. We had a room facing the back of the hotel. The included breakfast was good. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back

We recently spent two nights at this wonderful motel in the small wonderful town of Hulett. We wanted to have a comfortable place to stay while visiting Devil's Tower. Nice short drive! This hotel is one where I felt comfortable from the minute I walked in. I look for hotel properties that do not allow pets and this was perfect for us. These properties are so much cleaner and smell so much better! This was an A+!! Staff was wonderful and the rooms are so clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I hope to return in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

In the small town of Hulett, WY this is a top-notch example of a Best Western Inn. From the moment we pulled into the driveway, the exterior of the hotel had an attractive rustic western feel. The lobby, breakfast room, and guest rooms follow the western décor. This is what we hope to find when traveling "out west". The stairway in the lobby made me wish we have a two-story house and could have a stairway like that Our room was large and included all the amenities to which we're accustomed. The bed was so comfortable that we fell right to sleep and slept straight through the night. The staff was friendly and professional and the breakfast included more options than we expected. Our stay was so perfect that we'll definitely stay there again if we go back to Hulett next year.

Exceptional rooms with exceptional service!! The indoor pool and spa was a nice touch! You guys do a fantastic breakfast buffet, perhaps add a dinner option. Not too many places to get a bite to eat for dinner so even a taco/nacho or salad bar would be great!! Our stay was extremely pleasant and we will be back!!

This hotel was very reasonably priced and quite nice all around as well as being very convenient to The Tower. The staff was very knowledgeable about the area and the National Monument as well. We were hit by a big thunderstorm with golf ball size hail and the front desk clerk was kind enough to let me park my new Tacoma truck under the canopy to protect it. We will be back!

We were in the area to attend the Sturgis, SD motorcycle rally and also just generally for sightseeing. The hotel had a very low key, laid back, Western "vibe". It was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was fine, although the breakfast room is quite small, so the menu items did not change from day to day. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the few bars and eateries in this very small town. We look forward to staying there again, should we return to the area.

Hotel was very nice, great locatio. and great Western decor the exterior was very cool and set in a very scenic location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Was close to Devil's Tower National Park which was where we were headed.

At the spur of the moment we decided to go to Devils Tower. This was the only hotel available and we couldn't be happier with it. Clean rooms, nice pool, friendly staff. Only down side was the breakfast room was very unorganized. They just need to re-organize it and people wouldn't be bumping into each other trying to get their food.

Stayed during Sturgis bike rally so $179.99 night might seem high but Older BW in Sturgis was $450.00 night. Very nice town with shops, gas, groceries and 2 bars. Town shuts down by 6pm most nights for nightlife. Easy access to Sturgis, Spearfish, Devils Tower, Stone House. Just don't drink and ride.

I made reservations at the Best Western in Hulett, WY out of our AAA guide book. I knew this town was very small with limited services so we didn't expect much from the hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was! It was by far the newest establishment in the area and we had a very nice stay on our way to Devil's Tower. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We wanted to see Devils Tower and were looking for anything close. Not much from the outside. Big two story Log Cabin. Rooms were clean and very spacious. We lucked out getting last room. A group of young folks were on a road trip. Had an interesting chat with the owner. Turns out he was also the builder. Loved the lobby. Lots of his hunting trophies. Not a fancy, modern hotel but it makes up for that with service and atmosphere.

We stayed here 1 night as a stop between Little Bighorn National Monument and the Black Hills, as we wanted to see Devil's Tower. Perfect spot in a cute little town. The hotel is super clean, very friendly staff, and since it's basically a 1-block town you can walk to everything.

If you want /a great accommodation in the middle of nowhere, which Hulett is, since it is close only tobDe ils lTower, which is a must to see if you are e area, the BW is the best around. I highly recommend it.

The desk clerk, who was very sharp and on the ball, made us feel very welcome. She gave us excellent advice on the nearby restaurants in this very small town (see below). Our second floor room was quiet and comfortable. The mattress was okay and we slept well enough. Everything was very clean. The water was very soft in the evening but not so bad in the morning. We didn't stay for breakfast, but just grabbed pastries and ran. This was very convenient for us and it was nice that it was available. Note that there is a single gas station in town, at the Tower Valley Ag Supply, on Route 24 just south of the town center. And now, restaurant advice: 1) The deli across the street, very good, has space for eating in. 2) The Ponderosa restaurant, didn't try 3) The Red Rock Cafe, good Dinner at the Red Rock Cafe was okay. Service was very good. We had lunch at the deli. Food was good, but the woman at the counter initially put everyone in line behind us on our check, as if there is never a line at this cafe. She straightened it out quickly though.

Our hotel room was spotless. Honestly, this was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. Cleaner bathroom than 5 star Ritz Carlton. Not that I was expecting it not to be but let's be honest, most hotel cleaning staff are busy and cut corners by my standards. I abhor moldy bathrooms and see it in all hotels no matter the rating. But not BW Hulett WY!! Staff was very pleasant. Fantastic indoor pool which is always a hit with the kids. A smaller buffet breakfast than one might see at a busier/bigger BW but it was sufficient. It was obvious the staff prides themselves on caring for their hotel. The only downside, no fitness center.

This place is in the tiny town of Hulett, WY (pop. 380), but it's only about 10 miles from Devils Tower. Unless you stay in the campground, you probably can't get much closer. The staff was friendly and free breakfast was nice. The rooms were big and clean, and seemed to be well-managed. There are only a few restaurants in town, and they all close by 9 or 10, so make sure you get in early if you want to get something to eat. I would stay here again!

The staff was attentive and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was great though the hot tub was pretty hot. It'd be great in cooler weather. The breakfast was great and the person in charge of it was constantly monitoring and replenishing food. The eggs tasted like real eggs not the processed stuff I've had at other places. The place was pretty quiet and we all slept well. Not a lot of meal choices outside of the motel but the staff person helped us figure out our options nicely.

Sleep was good, beds were great. Strict about breakfast times, I work at night so if you snooze you loose. No fitness room but has a nice sized indoor pool. Only complaint was that they put the remote control in the "clean" bag but when I got it out it was filthy.

My husband booked this place for a few days in the beginning of June while we were exploring Devil's Tower. He's a huge fan of Close Encounters and wanted to see the monument, and I love being outside so we made the 18+ hour drive from southern California to check it out. As much as I love camping it was great to come back to a nice clean cool hotel room after hiking and climbing all over Devils Tower each day, and shower. The hotel is the I think the only chain in the small town of Hulett which is really charming, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The only issue we had was that our water in the shower never got hot and the pressure was pitiful. That's my only complaint. The hotel has complimentary breakfast everyday I believe until 10 am, Free Wifi, an indoor pool and free parking. The staff are really helpful and friendly and great at offering advice on things to do and places to go. We even drove to Mount Rushmore and the gal at the front desk gave us advice on the quickest way to get there and things to check out near it.

Drove here from Rapid City so we could see the Devils Tower at dusk. Perfect place to stay because we checked in, walked to a restaurant for supper and then drove to the Devils Tower for a hike around. This has been our favourite hotel on this trip. It's clean, roomy, comfy beds and oh so comfortable. Staff are great and friendly. Lots of amenities and fabulous location. Loved it!

Made our reservation 6 months ahead of time. I called to request a rollaway bed. When we arrived they said they were all in use but they had a blow up mattress. Apparently it had a hole in it so they switched us to two adjoining rooms. That's what I call great customer service. The hotel is nice, clean and friendly people. Great breakfast choices although the room is quite small. The teens enjoyed the pool. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area. Note - it is a two story building but I did not see an elevator (we were on the first floor).

Nice hotel and very close to Devil's Tower. However, there are no elevators in the hotel. I watched as 2 men struggled to take a roll-away bed up the stairs to the 2nd floor. Luckily we got a room on the 1st floor and didn't have to worry about our suitcases. Clean and comfortable room and there is a refrigerator with freezer in the room.

This hotel was a great stop for us - quiet so we could sleep, comfortable beds, looked recently renovated, quaint town. Checked in quickly and the staff was great. I will honestly admit I haven't stayed in a Best Western in a long time. I thought it was a little gem in a cute, small Wyoming town. The washer and dryers (2 each) were a plus and I washed some clothes. I am not believing that people give this place 3 stars over a perceived breakfast situation! It clearly says on their website they have a continental breakfast (Merriam-Webster: a light breakfast - as of rolls or toast and coffee) available. I've seen how people treat continental breakfasts like a buffet on a cruise, so maybe that's the problem? If it's too crowded, you can always go back to your room, walk out the back door by the indoor pool area where there's a table (maybe more), or grab something to eat and hit the road. There are three cafes within a mile if you want a big breakfast in your own booth.

We stayed here after a day at Devil's Tower. The hotel and rooms were nice, and the staff were all very friendly. Our room was clean and had nice amenities, including WiFi. I was so glad they had a downstairs room for us as at check in, as it would have been difficult taking our suitcases up the steep flight of stairs. The breakfast is a simple continental breakfast which met our needs.

Loved the decor. The breakfast is a total fail, unless you can squeeze in when the coffee is full, and not expect to find much more. So many tables and chairs, there is no room for customers... unless you want to stand in the big empty lobby eating your hard boiled egg.

We stayed here as our hotel for visiting Devil's Tower, and had an enjoyable stay. The room was good-sized, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and we enjoyed the pool and spa. It's a 3-minute walk to any of the restaurants in Hulett, and an easy 10 minute drive to the Tower. If you're visiting this area, the Best Western would be a good place to stay.

We spent one night in Hulett, WY, staying at the BW Devils Tower Inn. Our room was clean, as one would expect. They have a guest laundry, which was very helpful (also very clean) since we'd been on the road for over a week. I was interested to note in other reviews that no one noted that there is no elevator in this hotel. It's a two-story hotel, so I'm assuming they reserve the first floor rooms for people who cannot negotiate steps, but it was a surprise to us that we had to tug our suitcases to the second floor. Not a deal breaker for us, but I just wonder how it complies with ADA requirements.

The clerk was very kind and efficient. The place is nicely decorated. Room was clean and bed comfortable, though the bathroom was a bit small. Two concerns: the breakfast area is very small, hardly any seating, and cramped. It's the typical hotel fare: pasties, waffles, cereal. The second concern was there is no elevator so if you're on the second floor, you have a big staircase (which is beautiful by the way) to go up. Considering this place is in a teeny town in a very touristy area, you can't do much better. I'd stay here again but eat breakfast at a local cafe.

Nothing special about this place but it was a good enough stay. It looked like a reconditioned older hotel that has modern amenities. The service was good, it has a pool, it was clean and it is only 9 miles from Devil's Tower. Breakfast was mediocre. The only BW that was available in the area. Not many food choices for dinner in the town of Hulett.

They upgraded us to a better first floor room at the same AARP rate. Walking distance to restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice location so we can drive back to Devil's Tower for sunrise photos. Note:. Road construction is a delay and messy. Stay off Highway 14 in 2017.

We were making our way through South Dakota and Wyoming seeing National Parks and monuments. This place we decided upon once we left Mount Rushmore. Hulett is a super small town. We were a little nervous as we rolled in after dark. We were greeted warmly and efficiently and, we're soon sleeping very well. The rooms a super clean and in good shape. The sleep quality was excellent as this place is quiet and a little out of the way. We stopped by a small grocery store on the way out of town. Devils Tower is just about 15 minutes away.

25 women on motorcycles came to check out devils tower and go on our annual girls ride! Rooms were clean, food was good and service was awesome! We had an absolute blast and accommodations were stellar. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

We had two adjoining rooms for four women motorcycle riders. Both rooms had large areas of space that helps with all the gear that has to be carted in from the bikes. The tall ceilings and lighting made the bathroom seem very spacious. The staff was extremely helpful. I even said,"I love this place. I hope our rooms at convention are this spacious!"

we stayed here during a motorcycle tour and no doubt it's a great place to stay when visiting devil's tower. it's fairly close to the tower and hulett has a few dining choices plus a gas station - very convenient.

This hotel is very nice and well appointed in a town of 383 people. It's a log cabin facade and decorated to match. The bathroom is large with granite countertops. The room is large and the beds are very comfortable. Staff was friendly. I didn't give it five stars because the breakfast was entirely carb loaded. No protein to speak of. Waffles, cereal, bagels, biscuits and gravy. A wonderful location next to Devils Tower. Only nine miles away.

The Best Western Devils Tower in Hulett was a very nice hotel, with very clean rooms at a fair price. I would recommend the hotel when in this area, but make note that if you have a lot of luggage, and are not on first floor, there is no elevator.

This is a beautiful emote area of northeast Wyoming, but the lodging offerings are pathetic. Restaurants are even worse. The Best Western offered a clean, basic place to stay with a very pleasant staff.

This hotel in Hulett is very close to Devils Tower National Monument. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is satisfactory, the beds are comfortable--pillows need to be a little firmer. Have stayed here several times and would recommend.

My daughter and I were on our way from North Dakota to Spearfish, South Dakota, but decided to take a side trip to Devil's Tower. I did a search for a nearby hotel and found this one in Hulett, WY, a tiny wide spot in the road that provides lodging for people visiting the Tower. I called and made a reservation and we found it to be a really nice hotel with friendly staff and nice rooms. It was Memorial Day and, unfortunately, there was no restaurant open by the time we arrived. We made do with car snacks and sampled their breakfast the next morning, which was very tasty. The area is lovely and it is about a 10 minute drive to Devil's Tower.

Hotel, staff and location was perfect . Will stay here again. Very close to Devils Tower and an easy drive from Devils Tower. Check in was easy, front desk made suggestions for dinner and gave directions.

This is a very stylish and clean hotel, we enjoyed our stay during our road trip, kids enjoyed the pool, and we were very satisfied with the breakfast. I can recommend this hotel if you are going to see Devils Tower.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone. The room is well appointed and clean - everything was functional. Ask for 2nd floor rooms (if you can walk stairs) on the east side - that's away from the road and looking at a colorful hillside out your window. The breakfast was basic - HB eggs, yogurt, cereal, toast, waffles, and biscuits/gravy - but certainly adequate to kick start the day.

We stayed in Hulett after visiting nearby Devils Tower NM. The BW exceeded our expectations for such a tiny town. Friendly staff, clean room, good WiFi, laundry facility, and breakfast provided. The excellent Ponderosa Cafe is just a couple minute walk away.

The staff are pleasant and helpful. No elevator and no bell staff can be an issue on the second floor. We agree that the breakfast eating area is small but not particularly cramped. Rooms are huge and location is great. Didn't use the pool.

Extremely clean, comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The beds were really comfortable with nice pillows. Pool was clean and the perfect temp. Hulett is a great little town with a few choices to eat, as well as a grocery store and gas station.

Very good hotel. Nice clean non smoking pet free hotel. The room was big and clean. Has a nice indoor swimming pool too. The reception staff were extremely helpful. Clean, simple motel, close to Devil's Tower and several nice places to eat (including the deli across the street with it's Taco Tuesday). Ample parking and front door is key locked after hours (if you want to see the Tower with the stars all around).

Clean rooms good staff decent breakfast. Not much in the town, Devils Tower National Park is 10 miles down the road. There are a couple of decent reaturaunts near by. The swimming pool was fairly large and clean.

A very well maintained property..the bath rooms were spotless and the towels seemed brand new and sooo white! Too many try to cut corners with old linens. AC in our room worked fine. Tip: stay on second floor (no elevator though) to ensure you don't hear the kids above you. Perfect location and beats any other property in the area. Just around the corner from DT. GOLFERS: Nice looking golf course just behind the hotel...love to have had time to play it..should open soon.

Our double-queen room was a good size and very clean. Comfortable beds. Excellent wi-fi connection and speed. Convenient location to restaurants and Devils Tower. Only problem we had was that the AC unit was too loud.

we were on a road trip for a family vacation and needed a place to stay while in town to visit Devil's Tower. This place suited our needs. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was acceptable. The price was reasonable too. I'd return to this place if ever in the area again.

Didn't stay but one night, however this Best Western Devils Tower Inn was a good choice! When you first enter, the receptionist is friendly and then the next day a different receptionist is just as friendly. It was quiet, cozy, clean and safe. Liked the open lobby with it's western style decor!

We had a really good stay at this hotel. We arrived early but were able to check in right away. Our automatic door lock wouldn't work, so they were very apologetic and moved us to another room immediately. This appeared to be an older hotel that had been updated, so everything was in nice condition. Our room was large and comfortable and spotlessly clean. We always appreciate it when the a/c is already running upon check-in, so that our room was instantly cool and comfy when we walked in the door. The room had a microwave, fridge, TV and wifi, and there was tea service in the room. The only negative was that the hotel hot tub was not working, so only the pool was available. But this hotel was the cheapest of any that we stayed in during a month-long road trip, so it is hard to complain, with everything else about our stay being good. The little town of Hulett was very pleasant, and it was just a short drive to the Devils Tower so the location was great. We would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Really nice place to stay - the hotel and rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Beds were lovely. Plenty of parking for guests and Hulett is only a fifteen minute drive from Devil's Tower. Definitely recommended.

Comfy atmosphere and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and roomy, which is always a must with us. Breakfast was good but nothing special. Price was good as well and close to local attractions. The pool was great after a long day, and a whirlpool is also available.

My wife and I stayed here while visiting Devil's Tower on a recent cross-country road trip. We came in late evening around 8:30. We were pleased with the room and service. The motel gets a lot of use and it shows here and there like a drapery pull that was torn loose. But the bed was comfortable, the wi-fi worked well and the room and bathroom were immaculate. The motel is of log construction and the lobby is something right out of the old west with moose, elk and deer heads and comfortable furniture. Hulett is a small quaint ranching town and everything including two cafes and the Bell Fourche River are in easy walking distance.This motel definitely added to the experience of visiting Devil's Tower National Monument and the surrounding area.

This is no doubt the best place in Hulett in terms of a modern facility with spacious and comfortable rooms and a nice breakfast in the morning. My only complaint--and hence only 4 stars--is that our room was on the second floor, and there is no elevator. Like many who travel in the Fall, we are seniors, and it was a chore to schlep our bags up the long flight of stairs to get to our room. The building looks like it was built not very long ago, and the lack of an elevator seems a crucial oversight in its design.

The Best Western Devils Tower Inn is a welcome surprise in Hulett. It's relatively new and sports a pool and hot breakfast. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous as you might expect them to be in Wyoming. The rooms are ample size and clean. The drive in entrances are both on steep inclines, paved of course with a rough surface, but entry with ice or snow might require 4x4 drive and certainly front wheel drive. They are close to several restaurants but check the hours in the off season. There is a museum close by and the bars are typical Wyoming cowboy-logger bars. Great room prices too compared to most anything in Wyoming tourist areas.

After spending the afternoon at Devils Tower, we drove to the nearest town to hopefully find a place to stay the night. Our expectations weren't high because the town of Hulett is fairly small, but it is the closest town to Devils Tower. We were very pleasantly surprised to find the Best Western Devils Tower Inn. The hotel was reasonably priced and very nicely done. The lobby, breakfast area, and pool were all first rate. Our room was clean, very nicely decorated, and came with many extra little amenities that also made it very comfortable. The breakfast was much nicer than the usual fare at continental breakfasts. Also, the staff was very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

We stayed at Devils Tower Inn for two nights. Loved the beds and pillows. The staff was very cordial and extremely helpful. Hulett is just 10 miles and about a 15 minute drive to Devils Tower. I take my home office with me where ever I go and a good Internet connection is needed and here it was excellent. I would recommend this BW Inn to anyone wishing to stay in the Hulett area.

Getting in just after dark, not knowing what to expect, we were very pleased with the hotel in all respects. Location, decor, staff attentiveness, all good. Will absolutely stay again next time west. Thank You.

We wanted a place close to Devils Tower and found the price for this hotel very reasonable. Friendly staff, the room was clean, and the breakfast room had many choices. Cute small Wyoming town but still had at least 4 small café/restaurants to enjoy. We enjoyed a meal at The Ponderosa Café just a short walk from the hotel. The room was quiet until morning when you could hear trucks traveling through town. If you're a late sleeper you would not a room on the other side of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again if traveling through this area.

Stayed 2 nights so I could make the most of Devils Tower. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Pool and jacuzzi very good too. Supermarket just down the road and a few local eatery places. Enjoyed my stay here.

A very comfortable overnight stay near Devils Tower national park. Clean rooms and well maintained and stocked breakfast area to start the day. Located in a very small town so other travel services may not be readily available. Friendly, helpful staff.

Clean, quiet and roomy wheelchair accessible room. Comfortable king bed with lots of floor space to "roll" around. Very roomy and safety minded bathroom. Roll-in shower with fold down padded seat and lots of grab bars. Water controls were a bit of a reach but doable. A needed shower accessor is a hook to hang the shower head on so that it does not get away from you and spray all over while you are seated. Floor drain in bathroom floor takes care of any accidents. Lots of counter space and wheelchair height mirror. Good value for a clean room.

My husband and I took his brother and wife from Philadelphia to Devil's Tower and wanted to spend the night in the area. What a lovely find this Best Western was! Clean, quiet and very reasonably priced. Who would have thought!! We would definitely stay there again.

This is a nice hotel, , most Best Westerns dont disappoint. It is in a very quiet location even though it is on the main street. Check out the Ponderosa Cafe down the street for some good eats. It is only 9 miles from Devils Tower through landscape loaded with deer.

This hotel has an indoor pool with a hot tub. The rooms are well maintained and the furnishings were well kept and relatively new. The front desk staff was very friendly. Each room had a small fridge and microwave.

Modern, yet with a Wyoming rustic feel. An unexpectedly nice place to stay in the middle of the Wyoming wilderness at a very good price (AAA discount helps). Rooms were modern, spacious, clean and very comfortable. No complaints whatsoever! Free basic breakfast from 6-10AM. Staff very accommodating and friendly.

Great place to stay near Devils Tower. Cute little town. Nice staff and facility. Not very far from Devils Tower. Staff was helpful and knew a lot about the area. Good place to stay if you want to go back several times to the park.

On vacation with my wife, and my 3 year old canine service companion. Customer service was the worse I've encountered.the cashier working the front desk demeanor changed when she found out I had a quilted registered service animal. She turned to an instant b____. Treated my wife, and I poorly. More like second class citizens. Never in all my life have in my own country have I been treated with complete disregard, and disrespect. My dog is trained in spotting symptoms of PTSD, and traumatic brain injury.hr assists me in handling situations that I normally can't be around. I'm appalled, and will not be utilizing best western lodging in any place that requires lodging. Now for the room. Keys didnt work. Air conditioning ingredients unit was falling off the wall, and was dirty. Requested a room on the first floor because of my injuries, and that wasn't accommodated. Like I said. I am appalled at the way your staff treats it's guest. Especially it's military Veterans. Who put their button on the line, only to come home, and have to endure a stressful environment.... I'll be requesting a refund. I did complain to the front desk staff member. And was blown off. Hopefully this won't happen again...... IRAQ WAR VET. PTSD/TBI. treated like an animal...

I was 100% satisfied with our stay. The BW was clean, quiet, friendly, and perfect. Breakfast had great coffee and a variety of foods to choose from. The staff was knowledgeable about the area attractions and dining options.

Huge pleasant surprise. This place is 8 years old and I thought it was brand new since EVERYTHING was in superb condition. Parking is a bit tight with the hotel being on the side of a hill. Walking distance (1 block) to restaurants/bars. I highly recommend it!! Comparable to staying at my good friend's million dollar "log castle".

Last minute choice to stay here after deciding to go to Devil's Tower late in the day. We were pleasantly surprised with our room. Comfortable, clean, outfitted with microwave and fridge. Guest laundry available. Cozy cafe within a block. This hotel seems very accommodating to all travelers, especially bikers during Sturgis rally week. They have a generous supply of clean rags in lobby for cleaning motorcycles!

We stayed here one night after visiting Devil's Tower Monument because the town was close and we had driven quite a ways already that day. There is not much in Hulett so this appeared to be the hotel of choice by quite a bit. Check in was smooth. The room was clean with a western decor. One nice feature was a comfortable rocking chair in a corner of the room. Walls were thin as we could hear noise coming from other rooms. The bathroom was clean and bright. The sink faucet leaked excessively when running and the shower faucet was loose from the wall. The shower worked fine however. Staff was friendly and helpful. The mattress seemed well used but we slept good. Probably because we had had a full day of sight seeing. The "free" breakfast was below average. My wife started with cereal but she found out the milk was sour after pouring in her bowl. This kind of killed both of our appetites for breakfast. The breakfast area is small and was very crowded the morning we were there. Definitely not Hampton or Comfort Inn quality yet the price was about the same. Would stay here again if under the same circumstances but would drive to one of the other towns a little farther away if given the choice.

This was a lovely hotel and we spent a very comfortable night here. We arrived late without reservations so had to call from the doorway to check in. The host was very gratious and warm, even at the late hour. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable with fresh feeling and smelling sheets. There was a very good variety for breakfast both hot and cold. My daughter wanted to mention that the biscuits were the best she ever had! Wish we could have spent more time here but we had to stay on schedule. Highly recommend!

A standard reasonably priced Best Western hotel,which had a hunting lodge theme with all the wood and stuffed animal heads. No lift to the first floor,comfortable and clean rooms. Continental style breakfast with the usual waffle making machine in a spacious area. Be careful driving up the ramp from the main road to the car park and entrance as you may bottom out.

We didn't know what to expect - this hotel is quite close to the middle of nowhere... It was great! The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. They claimed to have a "cold" breakfast which actually included several hot items as well as a good assortment of cold items (and a "to-go" brown bag for those in a rush.) Wonderful staff, great place. You don't have too many choices in this area, which could lead a hotel to lower its standards. This place didn't. My family and I highly recommend it.

For being a Best Western, I wasn't expecting all that much. This place exceeded my expectations. The bed was definitely the best bed I slept in my whole trip. The wifi worked well. The pool was great! Thanks for the stay!

very clean, spacious rooms. lots of counter space in the bathroom and the little kitchen area (fridge, micro, coffeemaker). lots of electrical outlets but no USB ports, still pretty convenient for charging all the modern gizmos. Lovely local decor too! The bed was super comfortable.

Clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Got the best night's sleep on our 11-day trip here. Appreciated having access to computer and printer in the lobby. Breakfast was typical, low-quality continental style. Would stay here again if visiting Devil's Tower in the future.

There are not many choices in the area but this Best Western is a decent place to spend a few nights. It is located in a small town with a population of under 400, so don't expect to do much that doesn't involve Devils Tower, about a 10 minute drive drive down the road. The free museum that is just a very short walk from the hotel is pretty good.

We rented four rooms for family members attending a reunion in South Dakota. The hotel is clean (and I'm picky about that). and well maintained The breakfast includes standard items such as waffles, biscuits and gravy, and other "fix your own" items. We arrived late the first night, but the hotel staff was welcoming and attentive to all of our needs. We found the staff to be very pleasant during our two day stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any one visiting the Devils Tower area.

Hotel is spotless. Has a big pool and hot tub. Complimentary breakfast. My room is huge, it's modern, and the beds are very comfortable. Service is good. Ac works great, has a fridge. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is passing through.

This hotel was great for our trip to Devil's Tower. With that being said...there is nothing else around!!! We traveled there after a day at Mt. Rushmore and it was dark, TONS of deer on this windy dark road. When we arrived, they had been having issues with Expedia reservations (which is what we had used), but the girls at the desk were friendly and got us checked in with no issues. The rooms are HUGE and very clean! We did not partake in the free breakfast because there was not much of a choice, and we were surprised that the eggs are hard boiled eggs, not your typical scrambled.

I booked two rooms for a family trip. This Best Western was a nice quite place to stay. As a bonus, we ended up eating at Ponderosa Café & Bar just around the corner. Prior to departure we ate a complimentary breakfast.

Part of our road trip as well in July 2016. Decided to stay the night at the BW Devil's Tower Inn. We usually avoid hotels, but the reviews had us convinced. Didn't disappoint! Very nice welcoming staff as a horrendous storm came through just as we arrived. Nicely appointed rooms with small amenities like a fridge and microwave. Place was pretty quiet when we stayed, so we enjoyed a good night sleep. The town closes down fairly early, so make sure you have food before 8pm. If you forget, go to the KOA store at the park entrance, they stay open until about 9pm and have sandwiches. Nice breakfast with good OJ. Little disappointed that they didn't have eggs or bacon or the usual breakfast food. But it still did the job. Over all, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very nice property, very clean, and seems much like new. Beds were very comfortable after a lot of traveling and touring. I have been disappointed by many Best Western locations over the years but our last two hotels on this road trip were both BW and both exceeded my expectations. No worries staying here, it's an easy choice to make if you are in this area.

This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in on our recent road trip. The breakfast was a very nice spread with a lot of choices. The beds were very comfortable. Only disappointment was that we didn't realize the pool would be indoor. We were hoping for outdoor to enjoy a little sun & swim. Also the pool being indoor gave a slight chlorine smell to the lobby, but our room was very nice. I actually even loved the art on the walls - a rarity at hotels where most of the art is so generic.

Newer hotel. One of the nicer looking Best Western's we've stayed at in a trip across the country. Quiet, has a fridge, microwave and coffee maker as well as free breakfast. Beds were comfortable and the staff pleasant. The location is great when visiting Devils Tower--less than 10 miles away.

Nice, newer hotel, close to Devil's tower. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed oh so comfy. There's a fridge, hair dryer and coffee maker in the room. The pool is very popular, and indoor. In July that means it's a bit humid in there, but in the winter it's probably fantastic. They have towels in the pool area, so no need to bring along a room towel. They have breakfast with the stuff you'd expect. Hard boiled eggs, bread for toasting, yogurt, cereal and the very popular waffle maker. Plus coffee and juice. The breakfast room was really crowded, but a decent breakfast.

Rustic lobby puts you right in the frame of mind of the area. Clean, nice rooms. Only about a 9-mile drive from Devils Tower, with plenty of scenery along the way! Right by Hulett's downtown, so walking distance to the Öld West-themed cafes, shops and even a museum.

We arrived a little early and the front desk staff was so generous to run and see if our room was ready. Let us check in early. The housekeeping willingly put together a roll away bed for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast is always nice. The pool was great too!

Hwy 24 is also the main drag in town. Hotel is only 8 years old and is easy to find. It sits on highway on a little hill. Staff at the desk was iffy at check in. We had two rooms at opposite ends of hall. Ours was next to side door that always slammed. No microwave, but had a fridge in room. Free wi-fi and continental breakfast : Waffle, oatmeal, fruit, biscuits and gravy, yummy danishes and bagels. Best to get your plate and take it back to your room because the dining area is the size of your hotel room. Had a little trouble figuring out the controls for hot tub, and pool is a little small if there are other people besides your party in it. Clean room and pretty view from front of hotel. We only seen one dead snake the two days in town and it was squashed. The town is small (380 pop.) so it is nice to walk up and down hwy 24. There are a few choices in town for dinner. We ate at Red Rock Cafe. ($10 burger and fries)

Clean, quiet, and friendly hotel convenient to Devil's Tower in Hulett WY. The place still feels new and comfortable. Free breakfast is good and typical for Best Western. Hulett WY is a nice little old town.

Room was reasonably clean and beds were comfort. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We added a pull out bed to our room. Pool was nice as well. Stayed here primarily to be close to Devils Tower for a day on our way to Yellowstone. Good quality and value for the price.

we went to see devils tower and this hotel was in our price range and driving range. Easy access back onto I-90 and very friendly front desk. Great breakfast and free wi-fi. Nice log cabin look and very clean

PROS: ample parking; new building; large rooms with plenty of space! Pool and breakfast included! A 15 min drive from Devils Tower. Great log cabin decoration in the lobby. CONS: none. The best accommodation in the area for the price!

Must stop at the Ponderosa and R-Deli when staying in Hulett Wyoming. The Best Western was Excellent and the food and atmosphere at the P and R-D made it an all around awesome experience. Cant wait to go back.

Typical Best Western. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The decor has touches of the west. Theres no elevator, but it's only 2 floors so it isn't bad. Breakfast is cold cereal or breads. There's a diner around the corner if you want a hot breakfast.

This Best Western is located in the heart of the little town of Hulett, about 9 miles from Devils Tower National Monument. Restaurants are within walking distance and the beautiful Black Hills are all around. Most important to me in a motel is cleanliness and this Best Western gets an A+. The staff is friendly and helpful; rooms are spacious and decorated with a simple western ranch style. I was there for three nights and got a comfortable night's sleep each night (no noise from the hall or other rooms). The complimentary breakfast is basic with the typical bread and cereal offerings and the additions of hard-boiled eggs and sausage gravy.

We had a king size bedroom that was spacious, clean and comfortable with a flat screen TV, desk area with chair and another chair with footstool. The breakfast buffet is limited, but you should be able to find something to start your day. There is no elevator to the second floor. The Ponderosa Cafe is just a short walk and opens at 5 for dinner. If in the area again, we would stay here.

We stayed here for three nights in June 2016 to attend the Hulett Rodeo and see the local sights. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is also conveniently located for visiting Devil's Tower or other attractions around Hulett. Several good, local restaurants and a small grocery are a very short walk away. The staff was friendly. Everyone in our party of five agreed the beds were very comfortable. My son and I enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool. The free breakfast was convenient and met our expectations. (Although, a delicious made-to-order breakfast is only a short walk away at the Red Rock Cafe.) We will definitely stay here again if our travels take us back to Hulett.

This was a great stop after many hours of driving. The did not have a restaurant, but the breakfast was good in the morning. The area for eating was a little tight, but it had the usual continental style foods. Clean and comfortable. Close to Devils Tower, which is where we were needing to be.

This was an unexpected surprise. Not knowing what we would find in Hulett, WY. The hotel was nice and clean, after a long drive and was very comfortable. It had a nice homey feel. We used the whirlpool and pool and it felt really good. We would stay here again. The breakfast area is a little tight, having to move around to get to the food and move around so others could reach it too. Other than that a nice place.

Not only is the staff at Devils Tower Inn friendly and helpful, the whole place is spotlessly clean. The mattresses are so comfortable, and it is a short and beautiful drive to the Tower. You will NOT be disappointed if you stay here!!

We stayed at the Best Western Devil's Tower inn while in Wyoming. The staff was friendly and to room was clean and comfortable. Devil'd Tower is just a few miles away and is worth visiting. Overall our stay here was a pleasant experience.

We chose this hotel based on its proximity to Devil's Tower. The hotel was your basic Best Western, and the room was quiet, bed was comfortable, AC was quiet, and we had a nice night of rest and sleep. This is exactly what a tourist-attraction hotel should be. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Since we only spent one night here, it's difficult to provide a comprehensive review. We would stay here again.

Breakfast was average continental breakfast but they offered grab and go snack bags ...a plus for busy vacationers looking to get a quick start to their day. Conveniently located to Devil's Tower.

You won't find a better hotel. Clean rooms and great staff. The pool and hot tub are clean and great after a long day on the road. This is the best place to stay in Hulett. Close to Golf and hunting areas.

We have stayed in Hulett's Best Western on several previous occasions. We have been pleased with the facility and staff every time. IF you will be spending some time in the Devil Tower area, I recommend that you consider this hotel for your overnight accommodations.

Very nice hotel and a great value. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Clean and comfortable rooms. Only a few minutes drive to Devils Tower and the Black Hills. We would definitely stay here in the future and will be back at least once a year to enjoy the area.

We stayed here for over a week in April, we were initially booked for two days, but due to a delay in our trip and being so comfortable here, we stayed for 9 days.! All our comments are consistent with other contributors. The hotel is gorgeous, the food is excellent, the pool is incredibly clean, the hotel staff are super polite and so helpful, the bath towels are thick and fluffy and the view at the rear of the building looking up the grassed hill is peaceful.! It would be easy to drive past this magnificent log hotel thinking you couldn't afford to stay, but the prices are very competitive. You would never want to stay anywhere else again if traveling in this area.! A bad hotel can make or break a good holiday, this place will add to your happy holiday memories...

My wife and I recently stayed 5 nights in Hulett's Best Western and were very pleased with the accommodations, but beyond that the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The ease we experienced made our stay around the Hulett/Devil's Tower area one of sweet memories.

Quiet, very friendly and helpful staff- eager to please. Room was very clean. Enjoyed staying in the back of the hotel on the 2nd floor, not many stairs. Get downstairs early if you want a selection for breakfast- otherwise, was a great stay in Hulett!

Were meeting friends for our first trip to Devil's Tower. They were in another motel (which shall remain nameless) since they were traveling with their dog. This Best Western is an absolute oasis in an otherwise extremely small outpost of a community which is the closest to Devil's Tower National Monument. Hotel overall has a rustic feel. Lobby stairwell to 2nd floor (no elevators here) is hand carved from logs and hand-fitted. Beautiful. Our room on the 1st floor was very clean, well appointed, bathroom was spotless, room was quiet even though we were adjacent to the pool. If this hotel was not here, we would not have stayed in Hulett.

Stayed at hotel on road trip to Devil's Tower and couldn't have made a better choice. Mattress was the most comfortable of the twenty nights on the trip and the towels were rich and plush. Nice touch. Good service and breakfast.

The Best Western is a very nice place to stay. It is close to Devils Tower National Monument at 13 miles away. The closest place to overnight not counting a KOA Campground. This motel is very well run. The morning hot breakfast is good and tasty. Everything is clean; bathroom, room, lobby, breakfast area, etc. Indoor pool area is clean and the pool well maintained.

The town this hotel was in was super tiny, but the hotel was as if it were in a big city. The service was really nice, even though my friend and I were gross from camping at Grand Teton. Room and beds were very clean, and the pool was a pleasant bonus. Highly recommended if you are in the area!

We didn't know what to expect, stopping for the night in the small town of Hulett, WY. This Best Western is the best one we've seen. The staff was extremely pleasant. The rooms are very clean with all the amenities. The hotel is located downtown, within walking distance to restaurants and bars. It's a very short drive to Devil's Tower.

The Best Western Devils Tower Inn is a great place to stay in northeast Wyoming. Located about 10 miles away from the Devils Tower National Monument, it is the best of class in the area. The rooms are spacious with a Western-themed decor. The breakfast has something for everyone, from sweet treats like the best ever mini-cinnamon rolls to healthy foods like oatmeal, yogurt and apples. There are several excellent food options nearby, including the Ponderosa's amazingly excellent cuisine, the Deli with pizza and sandwiches, and the Red Rock Cafe with full Western breakfast (eggs, meat, hash browns, etc.). The Best Western has a large indoor pool and hot tub that are always clean and attractive. The pool is large enough for laps if you are into fitness but it also is shallow enough on the two ends for beginner swimmers (children) to enjoy. The hotel has a wide range of cable channels if you want news or entertainment, and there is free wifi in all the rooms. Best of all are the staff - very caring and accommodating. They are definitely in the business of making your stay comfortable and meeting your needs. We stay here regularly with 4 of our grandchildren (ages 3 to 8), and they love this place - especially the pool and the breakfast.

What a beautiful hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area. My one-year old granddaughter was intrigued as soon as we walked into the lobby. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff were very courteous.

My husband and I had a room with a king size bed. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff at the front desk were friendly. We enjoyed a dip in the hot tub after our long drive. Nice pool too. Breakfast was simple...a good variety of continental items. The town is cute, but get there early if you want dinner...we couldn't get dinner when we arrived at 7:30p.
