« Pleasant »

We only stayed one night, but the people at the front desk were efficient and pleasant. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Alisa in the breakfast room was friendly and helpful, the God was good, and everything was kept clean and picked up. We will return.

« Getaway Weekend »

Got in at five on Thanksgiving. Ashley was very friendly and gave directions to the room. Ground floor. Clean and neat, dated but well kept. Comfortable mattress, easy to get temperature regulated to our pleasure . Breakfast was typical for hotel fair but very well stocked and friendly staff seeing to needs of guest. Cleaning staff did great job of in stay care. Location very convenient to all areas of town. Price great of course I figure during racing season the prices would much higher.

« Thanksgiving getaway »

My wife and I had a nice stay. When we first arrived the staff was very prompt and courteous. The husband and wife who cooks the breakfast are great. They always have fresh and tasty food. Every time we stay there it is always consistent. We have never had any problems with any staff members. They are always professional and kind. The Best Western is my favorite place to stay in Hot Springs.

« Happy Thanksgiving »

The Family Suite was perfect for my daughter, 3 preteen daughters and myself. The location was ideal as well. Everything clean and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast had to be eaten in the dining area which can get quite crowded.

« Hot Springs Getaway »

I chose the Best Western on my husbands recommendation. It was conveniently located and easy to find after dark. The room was clean and had conveniences beyond my need for just one night, however, the decor is somewhat dated. I had trouble connecting to the Internet but there was tech support available per telephone and the person was courteous and extremely helpful and I could actually understand him. I have plans to stay there again on my next visit to Hot Springs.

« Girls Weekend »

This is an older motel but definitely one of the best I've ever visited. The rooms were large & clean. The beds were simply great. One of my friends is planning to purchase a new mattress & has called to ask the make of the ones in our rooms. That's what she intends to buy.....enough said about the wonderful beds. It was very quiet. We were two rooms away from a busy street but there was no noise. Also, there was a group of bikers staying there but we never heard them. The staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was great! Be sure to try their home made rolls.

5
« Excellent Service »

Right in the heart of Hot Springs, excellent service at a very good rate. Clean and comfortable rooms, outstanding breakfast, happy and friendly guests. Front Desk staff went out of their way to correct a mistake I made by leaving an item in the room. The item was found and mailed to my home address the day of my check out.

« Tries hard, but could do better. »

I love old motor inns like this place. I also accept that the age of these facilities almost ensures that one will be disappointed relative to more modern hotel room layouts and furnishings. This property was consistent relative to those expectations. Exceeding expectations was the free breakfast, where the food was very descent and the service superb. Disappointing was the cleanliness of the room. Smelled smoky with a strong hint of pet urine.

3
« Good motel located in central part of town »

The motel is located across the street from the horse racing. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was your average continental breakfast. The balcony door had some issue with the lock. The king bed was very comfortable.

« Extremely Pleasant Stay »

Could not been more pleased with our stay at the Best Western Winners Circle..It is directly across from Oaklawn Park Racing and Casino.. The rooms are very clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was really friendly and helpful.. They were ready to answer any questions about Hot Springs and very knowledgable.

« Outstanding breakfast »

Alisa provides excellent service at breakfast and keeps everything fresh, clean and full. She has a great eye for detail. The entire staff made us feel comfortable and welcome. The room was clean, the hotel is centrally located to all of the attractions in the area

4
« Friendly place »

This is a small town motel. The front staff was friendly but pretty busy to really give us additional information. The room was very large, clean but dated. The morning breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. She treated you like family.

4
« Great breakfast »

Our stay was made extra nice by the friendly breakfast attendant and the wide range of breakfast items. You might also want to pick up a brochure for Oaklawn gaming at the hotel for $10 free play (give them your email and get an additional $10 free play)

5
« Donna & Alisa We love all your help! »

Stayed overnight! Very clean. The staff were super helpful! The free breakfast the next morning was absolutely fabulous. Every type of breakfast food was available. They made waffles fresh and hot for you and brought them to you! Special Thanks to Donna & Alisa!! We will be back!

« Staying in Hot Springs »

We stayed 3 nights in Hot Springs to check out what's happening there, the history of the area and local attractions. The Winner's Circle is a good choice for staying in Hot Springs. It's convenient to many attractions, well maintained for an older hotel, friendly and courteous employees, reasonable rates and an excellent breakfast.

5
« Great Value, Clean , Conveniently Located, Friendly & Knowledgable Staff and Fantastic Breakfast! »

Excellent friendly service that aims to please! Room was clean , bright and fresh smelling. Location was conveniently located to all facilities particularly casino. This hotel is high value providing a lot for your dollar. The breakfast is fantastic ! Our club will be back many more times!

5
« Fire assignment to Arkansas »

It was a great stay in Hot Springs. Good food locations nearby with the casino across the street for those that enjoy that kind of entertainment. Lots of activity close by and down town is also nearby!

5
« Good Value »

Would recommend to others without hesitation. Breakfast is better than any other. Good beds, clean rooms, great staff who are willing to help. Especially like the distance to local restaurants and the casino. It's safe enough in the area to walk to local food & drink.

« Poking around »

We're on a 28 day road trip from New England, exploring both national parks and great golf courses along. We lingered a bit in Hot Springs. Initially I thought how could we have a great experience in a Best Western that was incredibly cheap? It was wonderful. We asked for a king bed. Got it. We asked to be back from the road. Got it. Laundry facilities? Yes. Hot breakfast? Yes. Clean? Yes. Say yes to this motel.

« Great Stay!!! Enjoyed our first night so had to go back for two more! »

My wife and I reserved a room for our first night. The hotel was very clean and biker friendly. All the employees were extremely nice. I was impressed with how clean the rooms and the grounds were. The free hot breakfast was amazing. Donna and Alisa were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. We have stayed in many hotels throughout the years and this was one of the best. We left the second day and rode to Eureka Springs and after spending one night there we decided to go back to Hot Springs and stay two more nights. Thank you so much!

« They Care About Their Guests »

From the first I felt this hotel cared about my comfort and wanted to make my stay a good experience. The check in went smooth and was handled in an informative and professional way. The rooms are sufficient in every way that counts: comfortable bed, clean, and a good sized. The motel is a short drive from the Hot Springs Park which is downtown Hot Springs, Arkansas.

3
« Hotel sub par breakfast amazing »

Our hotel room the plastic card on the bed had obviously been chewed on by a mouse. The ac/heater vents were nasty and had white powered looking stuff. One of the hand towels had a brown spot on it. The pillows on the king bed was a little bigger than a throw pillow and very uncomfortable. The breakfast almost makes it worth it but not quite. The two lady's at breakfast were friendly and even made my waffles for me and brought them to my table also she made gravy without meat for another guy. Also the breakfast was very good their sausage spicy but not overly so.

3
« Beware of pet friendly »

Decided to make a reservation online because of being pet friendly and great reviews. After we checked in and paid for our room, I asked where pet park was. She said oh you have a dog. You will have to pay a $25 pet fee. I had to make an additional credit card charge of $25 plus tax to pay for the "extra cleaning". I wish they would have cleaned the room before we checked in. The carpet and moldings need cleaning. I looked behind nightstands for outlet and there is a half inch of dust and dirt back there. We will not return!

« Nice stay »

Short 2 day visit......My husband and I really enjoyed our stay......the staff was wonderful especially the ladies at the breakfast bar, everything was delicious, wonderful hot coffee and clean.....thank you ??

« People were very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us good information on places to see in Arkansas. »

The most outstanding thing of our stay at Winners Circle was the hospitality provided by the two people (husband and wife) who supervised the breakfasts. In my over 50 years of travel I have never seen two people provide such good service at a breakfast buffet. They offered to make our waffles and bring them to our table. I saw them put whip cream on children's waffles and how much that was appreciated by those children. These people were truly, truly OUTSTANDING!

4
« Great stay! »

This place is awesome. The room was clean, the breakfast was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a little loud, but there were a ton of bikes, so I'm not sure there's any walls insulated enough to keep motorcycle noises out. We'd stay here again!

5
« Perfect hotel for an amazing price!! »

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. When my boyfriend got sick on our trip to the area, we had to quickly cut our camping trip short and book the nearest budget hotel we could find. With the Best Western rewards rate, we booked a room with a king-size bed for around $65 on a weeknight. Best freaking $65 we've ever spent! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and for the price the room was nothing short of luxurious. In the morning, there was a hot breakfast with a wide variety of good things to eat. Best Western earned two new fans with this hotel!

5
« older but well taken care of »

This is an older style of motel where your car is parked outside your door. It is very well maintained and the room was very clean. Our room had a small frig, microwave, and coffee maker. Th grounds are well maintained. The pool was usable even in November (unseasonably warm this year). Several smaller touches around that I think would make a difference to certain types of travelers. They have a grill and picnic benches for long term renters, a "hog wash" for bikers, and a large parking area for those travelling with trucks or trailers. I've read some about the free breakfast here, in fact that helped push me to stay here. The attendant is very friendly and helpful to guests. She offered to make each guest a waffle and kept everything clean, stocked and still had fun with the guests. It is located across the street from the track, a couple miles from downtown, and on the main road so it's handy to everywhere. I'd recomend this motel.

« Great Place »

This was an impromptu trip with my mom and sister. We spent the weekend and absolutely loved the location as well as the room. I have to say I was a little worried when I pulled up because the layout is kind of confusing but was pleasantly surprised. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. We even had room to pull the round table out from the wall and play cards. There was a little noise from the nearby highway but we slept just fine. The only thing negative was that the shower was difficult to figure out. We had to get a lesson from Mary at the front desk and she was so sweet. I will definietly stay here again and reccomend to friends.

« We spent 4 nights at this Best Western. The staff was very friendly and helpful. »

?Clean room. Great breakfast and breakfast service staff!. Good locations, free parking, we felt very safe and the hotel is located at Central Avenue which is the Main Av. at Hot Springs. You can walk north or south & you will enjoy Arkansas & southern history.

« Clean room. Great breakfast and breakfast service staff! Good locations felt very safe »

Great hot Breakfast with superior waitress staff. The ladies had great personalities and were extremely knowledgeable of the area and events going on. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great love location to down town Hot Springs. Pool looked great but we forgot our suits.

« Great place to stay! »

My husband and I took a spur of the moment long weekend get away to Hot Springs and didn't make reservations, which can be risky. But we found Best Western Winners Circle and what a win! The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Room was spotlessly clean and well maintained. We had a nice little balcony and sat out each evening as did most of the guests. It was very well priced and a great value! The included breakfast was freshly prepared, good selection and very tasty.

4
« Very friendly and helpful staff »

We spent 4 nights at this Best Western. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the most contact with the housekeeping staff, and the breakfast ladies. We stayed at 12 to 15 Best Westerns during the last 3 or 4 years. The staff here were the best of all. They serve a full hot breakfast, including fresh homemade cinnamon rolls. So much for the diet.

« Trip To Hot Springs Arkansas »

Staying at the Best Western Winners Circle in Hot Springs, Arkansas last weekend was one of the finest hotel experiences I've had in a long time. Staff was extremely customer-oriented and friendly; willing to assist us with interests in the local area over and above issues concerning the hotel. Tera went out of her way to provide help wherever we needed it. Extremely well done!!

5
« Excellent Hotel »

Excellent hotel for the price and location in Hot Springs. Excellent breakfast, with multiple items to choose from. You won't leave hungry there. Right across from Oaklawn Race Track and Casino. Multiple dining sites and vacation sites around Hot Springs for a family vacation.

5
« Great place to stay and wonderful people »

The staff at this Best Western are some of the nicest and most helpful people I've ever met. On a recent motorcycle trip to Arkansas I found myself stranded with a dead battery on a day when most of the motorcycle shops are closed. I was so grateful to the staff for all their assistance in helping me get back on the road to continue our trip. Thank you again and I cannot recommend a better place to stay while in Hot Springs!

5
« very good »

The room was very clean, folks there were very helpful and friendly, especially the people in the office and breakfast , people in office went out of their way to help make stay comfortable. Girls in the breakfast were so wonderful , giving information of the area, great breakfast also. This was the best motel stay I have ever had.

5
« Excellent stop on our Journey »

THis was a very super hotel. Very attractive and well kept. The room was simply excellent. The staff was awesome and the breakfast was out of this world I would recommend this hotel to anyone in this area

5
« Awesome service »

The breakfast was our favorite part. Probably the best ever at a hotel. Customer service was the bomb. The two ladies couldn't have been any sweeter. Check in was simple and easy as well. Cheap and clean rooms although a little dated. Very convenient located to get to the bath house row, woodland gardens, the pier, etc. Would definitely come back!

5
« Charlotte »

This was the best Best Western I've been to. They were friendly, helpful and had a wonderful breakfast. The breakfast lady was the best. Check in and out people were great and helpful. Casino right across the street for a few hours of fun. Great restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely go back. Spent 3 days there.

« Best Western Was "A WINNER" »

In town for a couple of days of fun at the Hot Springs Casino, a quiet and comfortable room was just what we were seeking for our gambling respites. Walking distance to the Casino was an extra plus. We dealt with Carol by phone prior to booking the room. She was like an old friend that we never met before. She knew almost all the answers and if she didn't know, she looked into it, including Casino and surrounding restaurant information. No extra payment to rent a microwave and refrigerator; they came with the room! Even though they were booked-up, our rooms were surprisingly quiet, clean and comfortable. The colossal free breakfast buffet was the best we've seen with great get ya' going food and coffee. We Highly recommend it and will see you again Carol and Best Western. the Duncans

« Bad Choice »

I have read the other reviews and can't believe they are talking about the same place. It was horrible. The room was so bad in cleanliness. There was 1 towel so had I had to get housekeeping to give others for the room. Then I had to use some of those to knock down cobwebs off the ceiling to walls. The door had an inch crack where anything could come under to the room. The walls next to the bed had stuff on them that I don't even want to imagine what it could be!! The room was dark. It was sprayed heavily with air spray as if to cover smells. Just disgusting all the way around. Needless to say my husband and I checked out. The positive was after having to talk to the manager on the cell phone of the desk clerk was they credited the room back to my bank card. I really wanted this motel to work out for us but I guess you don't always get what you want!!!!! ( Hope a lot of cleaning and maintenance comes along for this place)

5
« Weekend Getaway »

I absolutely loved this stay. Staff were awesome. They made the check in process simple and quick. My room was very clean and comfortable. This is a perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. As a travel nurse I experience alot of hotels etc. this is by far one of the best in every way. Keep up the great work guys and thanks for helping make my weekend awesome!!!

5
« A Wonderful Place to Stay in Hot Springs »

Wonderful hotel. The staff is exceptional. Housekeeping and dining room staffs were wonderful. The breakfast was a full breakfast (included with the room) and it was great. We highly recommend this hotel. It was clean, friendly, and safe for our motorcycles. Convenient location to major attractions in town. We will definitely stay here again.

5
« Great Hotel Stay experience »

Comfortable location. Great breakfast experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was close to the amenities we were attending. The hotel seemed to be a secure location in that there was a privacy fence set up and the hotel had security cameras.

4
« Convenient to historic downtown Hot Springs »

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good as well. Hotel was convenient to historic bath house row however not in walking distance.

4
« Great stay with a dog »

We stayed here for just one night and discovered that they have a fenced-in dog area so we could actually let our dog off-leash and run. It was such a nice thing / the only hotel on our 18-day trip that had such a thing.

5
« Friendly Service--Clean room »

I am very picky about motel rooms. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this room. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was a place I would come back to. It wasn't perfect, but it was the next thing to perfect for a home away from home. Friendly service from Carol and the staff, and a WONDERFUL breakfast! Yum. We'll be back!

3
« Hotel stay »

The location and exterior are looks good. But the quality of the room is not good. The room cleanliness is poor. Found hairs on the bed and pillow when I am check in. And I got another room looks bit more clean and in the midnight someone knock the door and he has the same key for same room and he complaint on the front desk and he got another room. Totally it was a bad experience with my family.

4
« Surprised »

We stopped for our overnight stay in Hot Springs. I have not stayed at Best Western in years and I was actually happy to have a clean room, not outdated and a great check in experience. Will definitely stay here again or check out other Best Westerns.

« Looks like your basic motel on the outside but absolutely wonderful and far superior on the inside »

Well appointed room with refrigerator, microwave, table for two, comfortable bed, and very very clean with outstanding staff. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, fruit cups, yogurt, breads, cinnamon rolls, muffins, bananas, sausage patties, cereal, juices, and hot beverages. Driving up it looks like your basic motel with exterior corridors and close to the road so I was a little concerned as I am a light sleeper. However, I spoke with Carol at the front desk and explained my concerns and she took great care of me. The hotel actually has four buildings and she put me in the building the furthest from the road and I heard NO NOISE at all. The room was comfortable, quiet, and as mentioned before, very clean. It's the best non-suite hotel I've stayed at. For those visiting the NP, the hotel is too far for walking to it but there is a free parking garage in town near the park and the hotel is only 6 minutes by car from the downtown area making it very convenient for exploring Hot Springs.

« Very helpful and friendly »

Great staff here in Hot Springs ,Ark. I remember the a nice lady ,Donna whom made and served us breakfast every morning , she has to win the polite award , A + breakfast and service . The rooms are well laid out and clean , staff went beyond just a job and exceeded my expectations , highly recommend staying here .

« Room Review »

The rooms were very dated and worn; however, the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and kind. The walls were thin and the outside noise was noticeable. I must say that the breakfast was pretty good and the breakfast ladies so enthusiastic and helpful.

« room review »

Was a very nice room,,bed slept great,,,,clean,,,,,,i loved that they had a doggie park where you could let them run around without a leash.....great breakfast,,,,,friendly staff,,,you can go wrong here folks,,great room for the price.

« good location »

All was good. Best pizza within walking distance. Had my very picky friend with me and she was thrilled. It is just across from the casino and race track, so I plan to go back in the spring for horse racing.

3
« Good breakfast, everything else was passable »

Best continental breakfast I've ever had. Service was great. But the beds and pillows were pretty bad. It's right off central avenue and closer to the National Park than others, so the road is very busy and loud. If you're staying in Hot Springs, go down to the La Quinta Inn. it's further away from the hustle and bustle, near some good restaurants.

3
« Just Ok. »

Spent 2 nights here in September while we dug for quartz crystal at a nearby mine. Staff was friendly, Breakfast was fantastic! Great fenced doggie area and decent rates. Make sure to go next door to Rocky's Corner for Pizza that is to die for! Ask for a room away from the front of the motel. Unless you want to hear road noise from the 4 lane highway all night. Carpet was ewwwww! Our room needed a full remodel honestly. Probably won't stay here again.

5
« Love this place »

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We love the staff especially the breakfast staff. It was nice to see them again. The staff was very helpful and very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. We will be back again next year for a stay.

5
« Great breakfast »

Alisa makes the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Motel style rooms withbig windows, right next to a cool Chicago themed bar called Rocky's and other things to do in Hot Springs, and the ethernet works!

« RUDE BIKERS, TOO MANY EXCUSES »

Came to Hot Springs to enjoy a nice weekend of relaxation and spa. Was informed WHEN I ARRIVED that a biker rally group was staying there as well. Nothing but noise, loitering, and too many excuses from hotel staff. Staff was friendly & nice. Cleaning staff was rude (did not acknowledge or speak). Breakfast was good. I will take my business up the street next time as I have done before. I TRIED IT :)

5
« One of the best! »

Very busy, attractive hotel with a wonderful complimentary breakfast. It is so nice to meet staff who actually seem to enjoy their work. We will not forget this hotel on our next trip to Hot Springs, AR

« Overnight at Hot Springs »

I stayed at winners circle on a friday night and they were hosting an Indian motorcycle gathering- about 50. The staff was well organized for them & the breakfast was busy but well run by expierenced staff. The food was better than most breakfast bars i've gone to. The hotel was era 1960's - a little worn, but clean & pleasant. I'd stay there again.

5
« Great hotel and staff »

This was a great Hotel and the staff were very helpful and so kind, always smiling and glad to assist. we had several artist staying st the hotel for the Festival of MAgic, all enjoyed and complimented on the friendliness of the staff.

« Great Stay! »

We really enjoyed our 3 day getaway to Hot Springs. The Best Western Winners Circle was a delightful surprise. The beds are comfortable an the staff was very helpful. The breakfast is made fresh every morning by a caring, friendly hostess. The location is central so you can go 2 miles to downtown or 5 miles to Lake Hamilton it is across the street from Oaklawn, which we walked to. On the way to Oaklawn we found Rockys Pizza and it was so good. Great 3 days! We will be back!

5
« Definitely a Winner! »

The best western located in Hot Springs, is appropriately named. Staff at check-in was very courteous and willing to get us checked in quickly. Rooms were wonderful! The bed slept great. The breakfast was the best.

4
« The best Continental Breakfast!!! »

The cinnamon rolls are made daily and they are wonderful!! They have scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage, biscuit & gravy, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, juices, milk, just about anything you could want. The lady that runs the breakfast is very friendly and on top of things. She's constantly making sure everything is replenished and cleaning up...can't say enough nice things about her.

« General downward spiral in these type of Hotels/motels! »

Some people have told me that places like Best Western, Super 8 and the like, are now franchised out to individuals, not sure if its true but it would explain the huge differences in quality, cleanliness and service depending on where you are. My review on the Super 8 in Jackson Mississippi was where I really noticed what was going on and that you can no longer rely on a hotel Brand Name to give you confidence in the accommodation. Torn bed skirts, overused furniture, and suspect cleanliness seem to be the norm these days and please check to make sure your bed sheets have Actually been changed for clean ones and not just straightened up after the previous occupant. What really bugs me is that when you talk to the staff, they all seem to be saying that they keep reporting this stuff to the management, but nothing ever gets done. So to clarify, generally speaking HouseKeeping staff are nice friendly and helpful but we should all send a message to Management, whomever they are that its not acceptable. With regard to this particular establishment there was no Horse racing on in Hot Springs and it was fairly quiet, Breakfast was better than most as you actual got some hot food, Shame about the plastic cutlery which you would expect from a roadside sandwich truck not a "Best Western" in prime position in a tourist town, yet it seems they still did not have enough staff to make sure that my sheets were properly changed, those staff that were there did their best to make it work, top marks to them, but when management does not seem to care about basic standards and presentation???? Check it out before you book and pay. Pro: Bikers can park right outside the room.

This Hot Springs location does not live up to the Best Western chain. Teresa at the front Desk was the true example of southern hospitality. Our room was clean but nothing spectacular. The problem began when we were called home before our stay ended. While checking out, we asked for a refund on the night we were not able to stay. Teresa was as sweet as she could be and mentioned that she would have the owner call upon his return. No call came. I called the hotel a couple of days later and talked with another nice person who promised I would receive a call from management asap. No call came. I called hotel again to tell my story once again. Another nice front desk person promised to relay my message. Finally over a week later, I was able to talk with someone in management who couldn't have been any more rude and unprofessional. Needless to say, I was charged for the night I could not stay and had to endure very crude and rude service to learn that fact. I wouldn't recommend this place because it certainly isn't a 'winners circle".

« Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, great value »

This Best Western ha s a traditional motel layout, with rooms opening directly on the parking lot and stairs to the second floor. However, the property has been well maintained with new bathrooms and mattresses. The result is a very comfortable room although the furniture is a bit dated. Breakfast is a big draw: the two ladies running the operation are exceedingly friendly as well as efficient and run a tight ship, pumping out homemade cinnamon buns, cooking waffles for you, and constantly replenishing the eggs and other hot food, as well as cleaning tables and busing dishes. The result is far better than the usual hotel breakfast. We especially appreciated the very competitive room rate. While the restaurant sits toward the eve of town, it only takes a few minutes in a car to reach Bathhouse Row and the other sights.

« Great Value!! »

Stayed recently for 3 nights! Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was amazing! And its complimentary! Room had a mini fridge and microwave in it which came in handy. The pool was clean although I didn't get the chance to enjoy it. Staff was friendly. It is central to all attractions in just a short drive.

« ANOTHER ADVENTURE »

This hotel staff is phenomenal. .Ashley at the front desk was so helpful.Donna for breakfast makes the food look so appetizing, her smile and demure makes the Customer so at ease..the environmental staff made sure that our sheets were clean and our room was immaculatant. The pool guys cleaned the pool in a timely manner. The heating in the fitness area was overwhelming, but Ashley fixed that.. there is a place one block down with great service and good food. I ENJOYED my stay..Thanks a lot..

« Thanks for all your help! »

My husband and I stayed here with our friend and 12 of her students from Honduras. Everyone at BW was very helpful. Thank you to the ladies at the front desk for help with wifi, towels and information. Especially, thanks to the lady who helped us all with breakfast. Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable.

« Plain and simple »

This isn't the fanciest of places to stay, but it's one of the most inexpensive hotels in the area and close enough to bathhouse row. It had all of the amenities I needed for a quick weekend stay. I didn't realize it was a motel (my fault) until I got there, so there was a little noise at night (other guests pulling up and parking with their radios blaring). You get a full meal at breakfast and the front desk personnel were friendly.

We stay at the BW Winners Circle every year during the Hot Springs Bike Rally. The staff is friendly, room are clean and service is top notch! We always enjoy the ladies that assist with the breakfast bar, they are courteous, friendly and make you feel right at home! Enjoy your stay.

The only thing this place has going for them is their staff. Their staff are WONDERFUL! We booked this place according to Trips reviews and boy were we disappointed. The room was filthy and when we woke up, there were BUGS in the sink crawling all over. We thought they were fleas but the front desk lady said they were nats? She graciously knocked off 20 for our room....really! This was our anniversary and only chose it due to the reviews!!!!!!!!!! Never Again

« Dogs loved the new dog park addition!! »

Great service and staff from the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast area management. Every staff person we encountered was helpful and friendly. We have stayed here before, but this was the first time for us to bring our two small dogs (both <30 lbs). I had trouble finding pet service before we left out of town. I called Best Western Winners Circle to see if they accepted pets and was told yes, and that they even had a new dog park. Our dogs loved the dog park. It was nice to be able to let them run a little after being stuck in the room for a couple of hours. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hot Springs. You can walk across the street to the Oaklawn Casino. It's a short drive down to Bath House Row. If you are traveling with pets, they will love it!!

« NOT INVTHE WINNERS CIRCLE »

I'm writing this review as I sit in my car at 2:30 in the morning because though we asked for a non smoking room, the front desk put us in the smoking lounge. To add insult to injury, I would swear housekeeping just made the bed over the last guest's bed linens. Completely wrinkled sheets and pillow cases. Apparently this was the last room available when we pulled in an hour ago. At least Hubs will get a few winks... This hotel is all show, and the view is disgusting.

3
« Nice Enough »

We were only at this hotel for a night. The staff was excellent. Very helpful and guided us to places for dinner easily. Breakfast was great and lady who served breakfast was very friendly. The room was average and needed some updating, but for us it was just a stop on the way home for a night. So we didn't spend much time there other than to sleep. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy but the property as gated and locked.

4
« Great place and great location »

I would have given it 5 stars but it is a little dated, other than that it was great. The location is just minutes away from downtown and minutes away from the lake. The staff was great, the Breakfast was great, the bed was comfortable.

« Girls Trip gone Sour »

We stayed in the Best Western Winners Circle on 08/26 & 08/27/2016. The front desk staff Friday was great, breakfast the next morning was amazing!!! (Those ladies do a great job!) Checked out on Sunday and started the drive home. Got about 4 hours away and realized I left my diamond earrings in the nightstand. Called immediately and the lady working the front desk told me she could't leave the office to go check but housekeeping had already been through, and would have logged them in, the General Manager should return my call the next day. After multiple calls the GM tells the front desk associate to tell me she's not responsible for what I left in the room. I'm not sure if she stole them or housekeeping, but all I've been told multiple times by them and corporate is they aren't responsible for what I left. (Very true, but as soon as I realized my mistake I tried to get it taken care of). Other than that - the room was good for the price! Great breakfast, short on towels, but they gave me extras when I asked. Trash cans had no trash bags and the toilet paper holder was broken and on the floor, but for the price - we couldn't really complain. Main complaint is the manager and the "not finding" of my diamond earrings.

« Great place »

Very clean, neat and super friendly, helpful staff. Recently updated rooms - looks old from the outside but is nice and clean and the beds are awesome. Centrally located and easy to get to places. Really great value.

« On a busy street, so a little noisy- but not horrible »

Most hotel staff very polite and helpful, excellent breakfast and service. Very comfortable bed, and clean room. unable to lock bathroom window- at ground level, but braced a wooden clothes hanger in slot to secure. All in all, we were there to visit family for a short vacation. We had a great time, and would stay in this hotel again.

4
« Great Location »

Great location. Directly across the street from the race track and casino. Not a high end hotel but a great value for $75 a night. The breakfast is good. Not packaged pastries and coffee but sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, cinnamon rolls, etc. Room was clean with comfortable bed, fridge and microwave.

4
« Had a nice stay! »

The room was very clean. We had a little trouble with the front door and they were other there within minutes to fix it. The breakfast was cooked by a lovely couple the lady's name was Alisa. They were very sweet and helpful. One of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had and we travel a lot. Lady at the front desk was very sweet as well.

« Best so far »

Our experience here at the Best Western has been exceptional. Clean room, heated bath area, fantastic breakfast. Donna even makes your waffles for you. The only hotel that had hot tea available. Would recommend this hotel if your in the area!

« Best Western, Winner's Circle Hot Springs Arkansas »

We were very surprised to see ANY hotel with 2 doors to the room. Plus a window in the bathroom! Room was clean. The only thing I would like to see...again in ANY hotel or resort is when one has a king size bed, king size pillows would be nice. Too many "little" pillows to try sleeping with.

• 5
« Great Hotel! »

Loved this hotel from check in to check out, very helpful staff. Donna at the breakfast dining was awesome. I had read negative reviews of this hotel and was worried about it somewhat. But those reviews that I read are totally unfounded, do not pay attention to them. this is the place to stay in Hot Springs!! I will be back!! Thank you everyone that works there!!

4
« Great value, large room, and two king beds! »

Loved the size of the room and the two king sized beds as we were vacationing with our two daughters age 18 and 21 and needed the space! The mattress on one bed had a low spot, but the rooms were very clean. The hot breakfast was fantastic and the attendants for it above expectation. Extremely good value.

3
« Bring your own blanket »

So what is up with motels not having blankets anymore? This is my only complaint. I sleep better in a cool room cuddled up in a blanket. The last two places we have stayed used two sheets with a very thin blanket between them. I was cold all night. No I didn't ask room service for one since it was very late when we got to the room. A simply blanket in one of the drawers would have been very appreciated. As always the best reason to stay here are the ladies that host the breakfast. You really feel like you are at your grandma's house where they are continually checking to make sure you have enough to eat. This trip she brought around fresh biscuits to all the tables. I am on a special diet and she was very concerned that I didn't get enough to eat. This puts the Winners Circle in first place with me!!

3
« Adequate but Aggravating »

My room was getting shabby. It looked like the door had been sprung, plus always took 2-3 tries to unlock. Soap bars were a thin 2 x 2 inches. Towels worn. Garbage not removed from room daily. To finish with the aggravating part, Best Western has barraged me with emails that, to unsubscribe, can take up to 7 days. Really?? The better part was the friendly woman in charge of the breakfast bar, though the food selection wasn't as good as at the Hampton Inn or Comfort Suites. Plus, if you have a second-floor room, know that you'll have to bring your luggage up a staircase.

« Great stay »

« Great Deal »

Loved the hotel from start to finish. Staff was very polite and courteous. It was well maintained, clean and comfy. Pool looked amazing..breakfast was beyond expectations! Good price and good location....far enough to miss the down town noise but only minutes away from the down town fun!

2
« Poor Service »

mistake was made and they booked us for the wrong night for 2 rooms and charged us. Called and was refunded but they would not book us for the correct nights due to a 2 night min stay. Said a manager would call me, after 3 calls one called me back and said she would talk to the owner and call me back. Still a week later no call back. VERY DISAPPOINTED

5
« Very Clean...Great Breakfast »

The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to help you in any way possible. Breakfast was excellent and employee that cooks and serves was awesome! Thank you for a great stay. We checked out after 1 night but decided to stay an extra day and checked back in. They were again very helpful and we enjoyed our stay at Hot Springs!

« Clean rooms »

We stayed here while in Hot Springs. It's across the street from the race track and casino and next door to Rocky's restaurant. The hotel was clean and appeared pretty full. Even though it was full it was pretty quiet. The only thing I wasn't fond of was the traffic. It was sometimes hard to get in and out of the place because of the heavy flow of traffic but there is nothing they can do about it. They also have a pool available and a separate building where they serve breakfast. Overall a good experience.

5
« Great Place to Stay! »

The hotel is in a great location. The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were quite comfy. The pool area was nice and clean. The continental breakfast was fantastic, even homemade cinnamon rolls! Elisa and John in the breakfast room were fantastic. They were very warm and welcoming, also very helpful. They are very knowledgeable about the area and so willing to help in any way they can. Our stay was fantastic. I would recommend anyone to stay here. We will definitely stay here when we come back!

« Great hotel / location / breakfast »

We visited from July 29-Aug. 1, 2016. The facility / grounds were clean and well kept. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and pleasant. The check-in process was quick/easy. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel was great! Fresh food. Great selection of hot / cold items. Everything is clean and organized. There were 2 ladies working the breakfast hall that were phenomenal (Donna & Alisa). They make you feel like family during your visit. They are constantly working and catering to everyone while cooking and cleaning all at the same time. Their work ethic and southern hospitality blew me away... We will definitely be back to this hotel on future trips to Hot Springs!

« Great Hotel! »

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this Best Western and each time has been better and better. We decided to bring our dog with us this trip and although their pet policy states 25 pounds as the max, when I called and asked about it the manager made an exception for our 40 pound border collie. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. They even have a double gated grassy dog area where the pups can play off leash! Breakfast was good each morning and the lady who tends to the breakfast area is SO nice and helpful. We loved our stay at the Best Western!

5

« Nice Property and staff »

Renovated with updates that make it comfortable and a good value. Employees were all friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice and refreshing. Family rooms are huge, easily hold six with two kings and a fold-out sofa.

« Nice hotel & friendly staff »

The rooms are very nice and comfortable. It is located right next to the casino. The breakfast is also very good with a friendly staff member by the name of Donna. She is very polite and will get you anything you need. WiFi is very good also.

3
« Not what I expected »

This is an older Motel...definitely NOT a Hotel! I would consider this a 2 star accommodation, not the 3 star it was advertised as. The rooms are older and basic. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was a plus.

4
« Older, nicely renovated motel »

Across from the casino on the main road in to Hot Springs. It's a large, spread out motel with plenty of parking. The room was big, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The best part: the breakfast buffet. There was quite a selection, overseen by helpful employees. They do a great job- leave them a nice tip! (Note- to avoid the potential traffic noise, request a room in the back of the property. It wasn't too loud when we were here- and cinder block motels are so much better insulated- but for light sleepers, farther from the road might be better.)

5
« Great Hotel »

The staff and rooms are great. Very clean and in a great place. Lots of things to do within walking distance. Nobody has a 9ft swimming pool anymore but guess what this Hotel does. My kids loved the rooms and pool it was great.

« One employee spoilded it for everyone »

Outstanding desk employees and great housekeeping people. Room was very clean and had great amenities. Micro wave oven and refrigerator were appreciated. Check in and check out were very quick and easy. Too bad "Donna" in the complimentary breakfast area is very rude to the guests.

« Bikers Dream »

We stayed one night as a last minute reservations and were blown away by the biker discount, complimentary bike shammy and "hog wash" station. A+ service all the way and a clean room and nicely situated pool. Wonderful, full breakfast with eager attendants to help you with anything you need (even freshly made waffles!) Went next door to Rocky's bar and grill for wonderful beer selection and great Chicago style pizza. Will definitely be back if ever back to Hot Springs.

3
« Too much hype »

Room is fairly clean. The issue was when we drove up about 3 doors were open and people were just sitting in the walkways in chairs. Looked like a meth hotel. Just not what we were used to. Employees were nice. Breakfast was pretty good. Great location.

5
« Very Comfy »

i had workshops for school and didn't want to drive every day so I just booked and enjoyed to pool after a long day in class. Very comfy, people friendly and very clean. The breakfast was awesome just about anything you wanted and the lady was so helpful.

« Great Improvement »

This hotel has come a long way since the first time we stayed there. The rooms have been completely renovated. They are now more modern and up to date. Hotel staff very helpful and breakfast is very good.

« Descent hotel for the price »

The hotel was good, bed was comfortable, AC worked great, very friendly staff. Floors were dirty and no trash bags in the trash cans. Swimming area was nice but too much chlorine in the pool. Had a nice stay despite the few imperfections.

5
« Great place in Hot Springs »

Even though this is an older property, the management has done a great job of keeping the rooms updated, clean and very comfortable. The lobby staff is always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast (which is included) is a great spread offering an assortment of hot and cold options for all tastes and the staff here is great too. Nice place to stay and convenient to all of the downtown Hot Springs attractions.

2
« "Best" Western to "Worst" Western »

Room was not clean at all. They did not clean room properly and even did not put towels, shampoos, soaps in the room. Staff and manager was not friendly. I do not recommend this hotel and never stay there.

3
« Got stranded and had to work from hotel. »

The "high speed" Ethernet is tolerable at best. The speed is 2Mb/s. My house is 350Mb/s. I never got room service because I was working the whole time. I got crap charges on my card which I will be disputing. The vending machine was always out of water. Had to walk 2 miles to get water bottles. Overall though the staff, commodities, and the room itself was fantastic.

4
« Wonderful stay, great breakfast »

This place was awesome just like the reviews said. They had a huge gourmet breakfast. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Would recommend. Friendly staff. Waitress at breakfast was great. We only stayed one night, but seemed to be safe.

« Perfect stay »

From the moment we arrived very late in the night we were treated with great service by every staff member we've came into contact with. The beds were huge and so comfortable. The bathroom was clean and every amenity that you'd need. Frig, microwave, great TV, vending. The pool is wonderful and well cared for and the breakfast was fabulous. It was complete with waffles, eggs, gravy & biscuits, fruits, bagels, donuts etc.. we were a little late getting to their breakfast area but the ladies there were so helpful & so very kind. What turned out to be a disaster at a local days inn quickly turned perfect thanks to this great Best Western Winners Circle..highly recommended & we will stay again soon. Thank you so very much for your hospitality.

« Great Experience »

This was by far the best hotel of any Best Western that I have stayed in over the years. Loved everything about it.... outdoor swimming pool was nice size and warm, breakfast was good, beds were king size and comfortable, good location for everything we wanted to do plus some we hadn't even known about, best of all was the helpfulness of the employees. The ladies at breakfast were cheerful while helping everyone find what they wanted to eat. My brother and I loved the waffles they made for us each morning, small ones but very good.

4
« Decent place to stay »

It's not the best hotel I've stayed in for the price, but it was nice enough. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hot breakfast was good. I didn't realize when I booked the room that all the rooms are in individual building open to the outside. We were all the way in the back and had to drive up to the front were the pool and breakfast was, and parking was scarce. Otherwise, everything was just fine.

3
« Decent room, awesome breakfast! »

Our room was reasonably clean, it was surprisingly quiet for the proximity to traffic and such. The pool was fantastic for my little girl. Breakfast was excellent. Donna and Alisa were the ones monitoring breakfast (among others) and made sure things were steadily supplied and hot. There was a huge group staying at the hotel that was coming through at the same time and there wasn't a shortage on anything!

« Great Hotel »

This was our first time staying here and we were very pleased with everything for the price. It is on Central Avenue so not far from downtown and other attractions. The breakfast is excellent. We left full both mornings. The ladies that work in there are very friendly and helpful!! Beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

4
« Decent room at a great price! Convenient to Oaklawn. »

My husband and I stayed here and had a pleasant experience. The room quality was pretty standard, but everything seemed clean, we got a really good rate, and the staff couldn't be nicer. Loved the location being so close to Oaklawn and the Hot Springs National Park was not far at all. You've gotta try the great pizza place right next door, Rocky's Corner!

5
« Great Place to Stay ! »

The attention to my comfort was excellent. The city was crowded and I was lucky to even find a room. They treated me very nicely and worked with me to be sure I had a room, instead of acting like if I didn't want it there would be someone else there shortly to take it. I have no complaints about my stay and will be telling others of the wonderful spot in Hot Springs which is so conveniently located to many of the activities in that city. The staff was always accommodating and they did a great job keeping the place clean and comfortable. I will be taking a group there for a long weekend of motorcycle riding now that I have found this location.

4

The rooms were okay but not as I expected. Asked for adjoining rooms but was not given one. Rooms we're suppose to be non smoking but one of my rooms reserved smelled like smoke had been present. Was a stain on comforter on bed before we occupied this room(eww).

« Friendly staff »

Hotel looks like a 70's motor court from the outside but the rooms are renovated and clean the bed was comfortable and they are pet friendly It is directly across from the horse track/casino very close to all the restaurants and not far from historic downtown The breakfast is standard hotel Buffett the thing I think sets this hotel apart is its friendly staff I don't think I've come across a more friendly staff anywhere I would have given it 3.75 stars if possible

4
« Adequate hotel »

This hotel was priced a little high for the quality of the accommodations. Room was very clean. Outdoor pool is kind of small but it was clean also. There was not enough seating around the pool area. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

3
« Number 2? »

Hotel is an old style Motel on a busy main road. Room is clean but very dated as is entire property. Outside pool is small but nice and it has ample seating area. I booked it based on rankings on Trip Advisor and reviews but to be honest I was a little disappointed when I drove up... Thought it would look nicer to have this ranking. But honestly I have no complaints.

5
« Family Vacation »

This was our first time in Hot Spring and I booked this family room from hotels.com . The room was big enough for 6. 3 beds and only one bathroom that was the only issue . We're planning on coming back in August but this time we are 4 only, we're gonna get the two queen beds.

2
« Disappointed »

We booked this hotel on our way home from Texas. I used TripAdvisor's new booking service. The price went up $20 in a matter of minutes. Upon arrival we found it was an old motor inn where you parked your car in front of the door. There was another door on the other side of the room where you could go out and sit in plastic lawn chairs, Thee air conditioner was so loud that it kept us awake through much of the night. Breakfast was okay.

Great "home away from home..." Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was awesome. Rooms were comfortable. Stayed five nights here and will stay here next time. Good complementary hot breakfasts (biscuits w/sausage gravy, waffles), very friendly service, comfortable beds, free wi-fi, fridge, and microwave. Great location. Not too far from anything in Hot Springs. Right across from Oaklawn Downs.

« LOVE THIS PLACE!! Our "Home away from Home" in Hot Springs »

My wife scheduled us with one of the Grandkids from Louisiana, on a "spur of the moment" trip to Hot Springs to hunt rocks(!!!).....well anyway she said everything is booked..seems like something is going on, but I did find a double at the Best Western Inn across Central from the Race Track....would it be acceptable? My first reaction was....Hey that is the old Stage Coach Inn from 1955!! Been by there a million times....read about some of the "wild" things that happened there in the past of the front page of the Arkansas Democrat/Gazette. So I love local history and said SURE! How bad could it be? WELL!!! What a welcome surprise!! It might be old but it is way more than you get with the "modern, fast track, yuppie" "Hotels"! I like the square arrangement with the security fence around the whole Hotel....one way in...one way out..right by the Office. Super friendly and helpful office staff. And you know how these modern Hotels sometimes skimp on the "hot"(sometimes it is cold) breakfast?? Surprise!! The breakfast here is a multi course affair...I pigged out..Scrambled Eggs(just right), homemade biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, cold cereal if you want that(?) and looked like three different kinds of coffee. Swimming pool? Yes the Grandson and I had to try it....does anyone remember the old Jacuzzi Pools that were built around Arkansas in the late 1950's until the late 1960's?? Here is your chance to see what was the normal at the "better" Motels at that time. This one is still 9 feet deep on one end! The diving board is gone, but the pool has not been filled in to make it around 4 or 5 feet deep as per insurance/liability requirements. A Classic...that alone made the stay great for me! Beds were great...everything CLEAN, everything WORKED!! We will be back!!

« Best Hotel in Hot Springs »

This hotel is amazing. The staff is great. Alisa and Donna were amazing as well as the front desk staff. They were friendly, happy and helpful, and if I owned that hotel, I'd do whatever it took to keep that staff in place! I will never stay anywhere else with service like this. You could tell that they liked their jobs and they did them very well. Whatever the owner is doing to keep the staff happy is working, it shows and I'll never stay anywhere else!

« Wow! Breakfast was good, but... »

Room 106 Pros: Very tasty breakfast and the attendants were excellent! Front desk people were very friendly upon arrival. Cons: Old coffee left in coffee pot, in our room. Air conditioner didn't work properly, as it was very hot in our room. Children were having fun in the pool, but the screaming was very loud and went on until 10pm. Iron didn't work properly, which left marks on my clothes. Both doors leading into the Dining area were filthy. People above us continuously moved their chairs back and forth, which was very noisy. Where our room was located, you could hear the traffic. So perhaps a room in the book would had been a better choice for us. This trip was to be a very relaxing one, but it didn't turn out that way, especially here at Best Western Winners Circle. I was told by Theresa (at the front desk) that someone would call me to discuss my concerns. To-date, I haven't received any communication whatsoever. No compensation was offered for our stay.

« Clean and comfortable »

My husband and I recently visited Hot Springs for the fist time and loved it. This hotel was in a great location. It is directly across the street from the Oaklawn horse track. We were able to walk to dinner a couple of nights. Just a couple minutes from Bathhouse row. The room: The bathroom area and room were smaller than the places we normally stay. However, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room also seems to have been recently updated. The room also had a microwave and fridge. Both worked wonderfully! No complaints! There is an outdoor pool and fitness area. I was able to work out in the mornings. You just have to go get the key to the fitness center from the front desk. The complementary breakfast was great!! The area is huge and stocked with surprisingly good food. It was really good!!! The staff were all super sweet. Would definitely stay here again!!

« Great Breakfast!! »

Breakfast ladies very kind and helpful! Breakfast all 3 days was great Comfortable beds!!!! And very clean. Great choice for us! We were on the backside and it was nice and quiet. It was located centralized to where we needed and so it made it easier to travel from place to place.

« Very good hotel stay »

This hotel was an excellent choice for our stay. The room was very clean and the lady at the front desk and the breakfast bar attendents were both extremely friendly and helpful. The only issue we had during our 2 night stay was that they picked up our dirty towels, but did not give us replacement clean towels, as we were told they were going to, we never did recieve them. We will definately stay here again next time we are in town!

« Excellent experience »

Absolutely wonderful. We had a family death and needed a hotel to stay at. The assistant manager Tera was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one.

« Really Nice Accommodations But Scrunchy Parking »

Hotel room was nice, but I didn't like the very tight parking spots. The breakfast attendant was awesome! Look for advertisements and brochures in the breakfast room. They are not located at the check-in/out building.

« Softball Tournament »

Occupied ten rooms for softball tournament. All rooms clean and very comfortable Front desk personnel were friendly and easy to work with. Had some booking problems that were handled expertly. Breakfast here is extraordinary Will be back next year

« You Can't do Better for the Price »

We stayed four nights at this facility and couldn't have been more pleased. Alisa, the breakfast bar hostess, was amazing. When she found out we were first time visitors to Hot Springs, she went out of her way to get us a map and tell us the most scenic drives, best restaurants, and most popular attractions. The breakfast bar, itself, was always clean and well stocked with freshly prepared foods. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and every staff member we ran into was helpful and courteous.

« A Convenient and Friendly Stop in Hot Springs »

This a conveniently located and fairly priced hotel in Hot Springs. Their complimentary breakfast is probably the best I have experienced. Very friendly staff. Would recommend you ask for one of the rooms away from Central Avenue, especially on weekends, as the traffic is very noisy and HS is a destination for motorcyclists.

5
« Completely Satisfied »

When we went to our room it had only partially been cleaned. We called the front desk and they quickly gave us another room and it was beautiful.. Everything was good at the hotel, room, breakfast, friendly staff.....

« Great Hotel »

The room was very clean and the staff (Tera) exceptionally friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was one of the best I have ate at. The bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this Inn to anyone.

« This place is a dump. Be wary!!! »

Ratings for this hotel are rigged. We arrived with prepaid room. The room was dirty, smelled, and noisy. Room was supposed to be a nonsmoking room but the smell was that of cigarettes. Office smelled of cigarette smoke. The guest facilities are very old. Parking lot for overflow is dirt. We never unpacked. When we asked for a refund, it was denied.

« Very great customer service »

Alisa and Donna were very helpful. They went the extra mile, to help out our family. Our room was not the greatest but it was still nice. Overall it was a really nice hotel. The food was excellent. My kids loved it.

« Had a nice time »

My fiance and I had a good time on our trip to hot springs and the Best Western is a good place to stay. The employees were all very nice and the breakfast was good. The room was very decently clean although they did miss a balloon that someone had busted that was not hard to see between the bed and the table and they didn't look evidently in the drawer because there was some plastic in there. The bed was really comfortable and the tv was nice. Great location that is right across from the racetrack and right in the middle of where u want to be in this town.

5
« Excellent customer service »

The room was nothing special, but the hospitality was top notch. From the intake receptionist to the exit receptionist, they were the standard to compare all hotel personnel. The breakfast girls were outstanding. Donna and Tresa went out of their way to ensure all menu items were available and prepared to perfection. The tables and silverware were immaculate and their attention to the customers was beyond reproach. Donna even beat me to the waffle maker when it made the ready sound, served up the waffles and provided me with all the fixins I wanted. And she provided pleasant conversation that was entertaining, brief (so I could eat and be on my way) and made me feel welcome and appreciated. I can't wait to visit again.

3
« Decent hotel »

I'll start with the good, we arrived early but they were nice about getting our room cleaned & ready for us to check in early. The room we had was a little musky smelling but it's an older hotel so that's expected. Now for the bad. There was a window in the bathroom that was only held closed by a stick laying in the window seal. I didn't feel safe with this Especially since it wasn't the best part of hot springs. It's good for those that are gonna be doing the oak lawn casino. The beds were semi comfortable but the double bed my husband & son shared sunk in the middle. The wash cloths & the sheets had a smoke smell to them & we had a smoke free room. All and all it wasn't a bad stay but it wasn't a great one.

4
« Nice Hotel »

The customer service was awesome! The free hot breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel. The ladies that cooked and took care of the dining room were so sweet and very helpful. The rooms were clean. The hotel was clean as well. The hotel was pretty quiet as well. We will defiantly be staying at this hotel again.

« Awesome weekend »

Hot Springs is a great place to visit and relax. The staff and room at the Best Western were very nice. I would definitely stay again. The food at Rocky's Corner pizzeria and the Bleu Monkey Grill were sooooooo delicious. If you want a great massage visit Chrysalis Day Spa. I thoroughly enjoyed this weekend.

« Very Good in Hot Springs »

Stopped in Hot Springs as part of a cross-country tour, visiting cities, states, natural wonders, and parks. Hot Springs NP was a very pleasant surprise, The Best Western is a very clean, quiet, easily located, nicely situated motel. If I get another chance to visit Hot Springs, I would not hesitate to stay there.

3
« accessibility »

Couldn't enter bathroom in my wheelchair. too small. the room was a converted regular room to what they consider a handicapped room. I don't know what else I can say about my experience Thankfully it was only for one night.

« Traveled out of state for a graduation in the area. »

I would say this is a three star hotel at face value. The staff made made the very good rating possible for the hotel. The facility was somewhat dated on the exterior (very reminiscent of a 1974 Holiday Inn). The interiors have been updated recently and were very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

5
« Great value place to atay »

Loved this place. Had just what we needed for an overnight stay before visiting the national park. Rooms were large and we liked the layout of the bathroom area. Motel feel. Even better was the breakfast - it lived up to the reviews! Great way to begin the day. Staff was fabulous.

« Great Value for the price! »

Stayed for 2 days May11/12 2016.Only good things to say about cleanliness, room, friendly staff.Reason to not give 5 stars...breakfast was typical American{I'm Canadian}but still was able to eat the eggs,Raisin Bran and toast.Coffee was very good but no wonder there is an obesity problem with the sausage/gravy and sugar topped wafflesAnd these hotels/motels should stop using the phrase fitness centre to describe a room with treadmills/bike and nothing else..Laundry on site/pool was very useful and the location to downtown was excellent.

4
« Very nice »

We were touring the western part of Arkansas with a small group of motorcyclists. Beautiful country. This seems to be an older motel but it is very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent. This is a very "motorcycle friendly" motel. We would definitely stay here again if we're back in this area.

4
« Perfect location »

We alternate staying here and the Arlington during our annual trips to Hot Springs during race season. You can not beat the convenience of this property as it is directly across from the racetrack. Although it is a basic motel, we have always found it to be very clean, well maintained, and the beds were extremely comfortable.

5
« Amazing Staff and Nice Rooms! »

The staff was great including Donna who not only made our waffles for us, but also loaded them up with chocolate chips and whipped cream!!! I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel on your way through town and make sure that you take the time to interact with this friendly staff members!!! Also being across from the casino is great for those who gamble and this is a very dog friendly hotel.

5
« Love it »

We really enjoy staying here ! Employees there were nice and make us feel welcome ,the breakfast was amazing! And the lady who works there was super nice, we stay next day in a 5 stars hotel just to try something new it was double the price but the quality was the same, but best western has better breakfast, and better people, we will definitely stay there in our next trip to Arkansas

« Great Hotel »

I loved this hotel--clean---comfortable--great breakfast. Excellent staff. Short drive to downtown historic area. I stay in hotels a lot. I have never given a 5 star rating before. I will definitely go back. My room had a balcony overlooking the pool. The weather was nice for sitting out there. Excellent experience.

« Like the upstairs back facing the mountains »

Stayed upstairs like the back better then the front. We spent a night there and a night back from and to the east coast. The staff is very professional and the house keepers work very hard and are very pleasant . if you are traveling with family I encourage you to go to the chow early because the Breakfast gets really busy with a line out the door but its worth the wait. Everyone in this town is just so friendly and pleasant . easy access to wal mart and the liquors stores for wine and easy access to crack barrel as you can walk.

« No complaints from us »

We experienced a broken water pipe at our home last week. Needed a reasonably-priced, convenient place to stay to have access to water/toilet/shower until repair could be made at our home. Told the person at the front desk our situation and said we were hoping to stay for only 4 nights, but might have to stay longer. Older hotel but updated. They were even willing to give us some extra time to check out on the day the plumber was coming. Bed really comfortable. They put us in a really quiet area. Breakfast bar is plentiful and all the staff that we came in contact with were extremely helpful and courteous. We weren't able to use the pool because the weather was too cool. Directly across from Oaklawn race track. We also used our AARP discount.

5
« Pleasant stay »

We spent one night at the Best Western Winners Circle. The room was comfortable and clean. We had a king room with microwave, small refrigerator, and table with chairs. The hotel is within walking distance to the casino/racetrack. Plentiful assortment of items for breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

4
« week of nights »

This is a older property, that served my needs well. The room was quiet and comfortable. There is a full breakfast available each morning with lots of choices and a chipper staff. Very solid value and right next to Oaklawn Park. Would be ideal if it were racing season. This hotel is a good central location for exploring Hot Springs.

5
« Great Stay »

The beds are comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The free breakfast is fantastic. It really has something for everyone. They have diabetic and low carb options. They have a very friendly staff that waits on you. I would highly recommend this hotel, and you can't beat the price.

3
« GOOD VALUE »

Check-in was welcoming and quick. We were given a first floor room (no ground floor rooms were available) and, as there was no elevator, had to carry our heavy cases up a flight of stairs. The establishment is an old-style motel but, having said that, the room allocated was clean and the two queen beds were comfortable. However, it is only fair to say that the room was chilly and my wife was cold in bed overnight because the bedding provided was very thin. The bath towels provided were small and were quite thin. The breakfast room was crowded but we managed to find a table. The breakfast room staff were most helpful and told us that all the food had been freshly prepared by themselves. In fact, all the staff we met at the Best Western Winners Circle Inn were charming and helpful. The hotel's fitness room was OK but you could not use it before 08.00 (and you had to get a separate key from reception to use it). The free wi-fi worked well. We paid in the region of €90 for our night's stay which was pretty good value in this day and age.

4
« Great value, not far from downtown »

My criteria for hotels/motels is functionality, no signs of previous human occupation, and basic upkeep. This place had all that. The room had a fridge and microwave, comfortable bed, very friendly staff, and the complimentary breakfast was above average. Eggs, meats, biscuits and gravy, pastries, etc. The room was very clean when we checked in and the bed was comfortable. My only grievance is that I like pancake flat pillows....these were firmer than I prefer. And our room was far enough away from Central Ave to keep out the street noise. They also have a place for bikers to spruce up their motorcycles.

5
« Will come back if in town again »

Great service from the employees, they were nothing but nice to me. I had a little trouble with closing my bathroom door, but other than that, everything was amazing. The room was made up nicely, everything was clean. I highly recommend their breakfast.

5
« Nice location »

Spent the weekend in hot springs for a birthday and wedding. This hotel was very reasonably priced with a great location and good breakfast. The couple working the breakfast room was super busy but very friendly. The breakfast room could have been a little bigger. Everyone we ran into there was very friendly. Will be returning if/when we return to hot springs!

• 3
« Its OK »

My first stay here last year was better. I paid 70 something dollars then. This time, I was charged 90 something the first night. We decided to stay in hot springs another day and was offered 80 something for the next stay with a "biker" discount which we didn't get the first night. The hotel is "average" for a best western. For 92 dollars a night, I expect a lot more. They desperately need to change their pillows.

5
« Excellent overall value »

Great location, courteous and professional staff, fabulous breakfast! Room clean, housekeeper and front desk staff very accommodating. Many entertainment options nearby for families and those who are outdoor oriented.

« Enjoyed our stay! »

I travel a good bit for business, and rely on reviews to pick a place to stay. The reviews did not disappoint. We had a very nice visit. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedding was very clean! The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was delicious, and the staff worked very hard to make sure the food remained stocked! I would stay here again!

3
« It was good.... »

The hotel is a good value. Breakfast staff is funny, friendly, and personable. Check in staff seemed to be inconvenienced to have to speak to us. The room was clean, but dated. The bed was comfortable.

« Hot Springs Arkansas Hotel Stay »

Perfect place to stay if you are on Harley Davidson. Hotel has a great motorcycle wash, including soap, polish, washing towels & drying towels! A separate building houses the breakfast buffett. Complete with morning beverages, hot and cold food items. Let's not forget the custom waffle making machines!

5
« wonderful stay for the price! »

it's convenient to Hot Springs National Park and restaurants, no traffic noise, with a wonderful free breakfast, many options, best hotel biscuits I've ever had! Staff is very friendly, pleasant and helpful, especially the breakfast staff!

« The Best, Best Western. »

This hotel was excellent from start to finish. At check-in they offered to change my room to non-smoking. The breakfast was delicious. The lady working the breakfast area was very helpful, giving me a map and suggestions of hiking trails. She also gave me a delicious to-go danish. The rate was very fair.

« Awesome stay »

Spent 4 nights and always came back to a clean room. Left money on table accidentally and was never touched. Have never had a bad experience at Best Western. Easy to book reservations on internet and I love the Rewards program

« Not what I was Expecting!!!! »

First off I booked this hotel through Priceline which represented it as a 2.5 star hotel, now I'm not saying this is a total dive, but it's NOT a 2.5 star hotel, in fact it's not even a hotel, it's an old Motel...that has been refurbished! I was a bit surprised by the motel factor when I arrived here! The staff was okay, they did nothing wrong, but basically when I arrived to check in...they were just mainly upset by the fact that the travel agencies had seemed to have overbooked them AGAIN!!! My room had stains on the wall and stains in a chair...theses are in the pics I posted here! Even with these stains...the room was fairly clean! I just wasn't expecting the motel factor and I surely would not call this a 2.5 star hotel!!!

« Poor Customer Service »

We checked in at 4:30 pm and were assigned a room that had not been cleaned. Desk staff said to give them 15 minutes and they would have it cleaned. Two housecleaning staff then began to clean it while griping about the person who was supposed to clean that room. It took them a little over 30 minutes to clean it (which was a reasonable amount of time). Before they finished we went back to the front desk and found out that there were comparable rooms that were available but they were never offered to us. I suppose it was easier to inconvenience the customer than to reprogram the key card. When we finally got in the room, the housekeeping staff had done a good job although I am sure they felt pressured with someone waiting in the parking lot. Only complaint about the room itself was the water pressure was pretty low in the shower.

« A GREAT STAY! »

My brother stays here frequently for business so he booked rooms for us during the week of the Arkansas Derby. What a delightful place to stay! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the units are spotlessly clean. Even though this is not the newest hotel, it is pretty impressive and the beds are very comfortable! A particular note of praise to Donna, Alisa, and John for their amazing service for the hot breakfast! I am a vegetarian who loves southern gravy (yes, with sausage or chicken). They were kind enough to make me milk gravy as a special favor! They are keepers and great employees!!! Thanks to everyone there for a fun stay...I'll be back next year for the Derby! B. « Can't go wrong with a favorite »

Most of your needs will be anticipated by the staff before asked. There is nothing about our stay here to fault and much to praise. The breakfast was very good, and the breakfast staff warm and welcoming.

« The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly »

I have been reviewing on Trip Advisor for years and have never dished a place but I depend on good reviews when I read others and so I have to be true to the readers who like me, depend on these reviews. First the Good.. Check in was fast, room was clean, and area was quiet at night which surprised us since the neighborhood is not the best. It is the perfect location for the race track and casino as they right across the street. WiFi is free and works well Now the Bad...Not a good neighborhood, you are in fact fenced in on 3 sides, rooms are small and very dated. Clerk was abrupt and clearly did not want to spend time talking when we were trying to get info on area. It is a CAR ride to downtown or out any good restaurant or to the lake. The Ugly: Pool was closed without a reason. Mattress as lumpy as was the pillows. This is not an Inn but a Motel from the 60s. We had thought about staying 2 nights in the Springs but the first night gave up trying to sleep and left at 4 in the morning so no idea on breakfast. On the way out at 4 in morning almost hit a guy walking across the Motel yard with no shoes or shirt on. Overall: Would not stay here again and DO NOT recommend.

« Don't be afraid.... »

I know most people don't feel safe staying in motels, but don't worry, this one is GREAT! Check-in was fast and easy, room was clean (especially bathroom area), beds were extremely comfortable, has a refrigerator and microwave, new LCD screen TV's, and the breakfast was better than any I've ever been to. Even though the pool was closed (seasonal), it looked very clean and nice with several tables and lounge chairs. There was also two picnic benches available. The motel is right across from the race track and has two bars/eating establishments right next door. One of those you HAVE to try, Rocky's Corner. They have the best pizza in town HANDS DOWN. You are half way between downtown Hot Springs where bath house row and the convention center sits and the newer part of town with the mall, plenty of restaurants and shopping. We actually took a cab to the downtown area one evening and it was only $9.50!! I've stayed at many hotels, even in Hot Springs, and I will always go back to this one. I can't say enough good things about it! Super impressed!

5
« Hospitality at it's best »

We spent a good part of our honeymoon at this hotel and found the rooms clean, attractive and the beds so comfortable that we had them write down the name and brand of the mattresses for us. Front desk staff was super accommodating and friendly. Best of all was the breakfast they offered. A very inviting atmosphere. Meet 'Donna', she made our time at breakfast very enjoyable. She has a true servants heart and I mean that in the kindest way. She loves what she does and enjoys the company. Close to downtown Hot Springs and across the street from the racetrack & casino. You won't be sorry you stayed here!

« My Go To Hotel in Hot Springs »

I have stayed at many high end hotels that were very nice but the staff here cannot be beat -and the rooms are just what you need for a good nights sleep-beds are comfortable, water pressure great, wonderful breakfast and attentive staff -we stay here every time we go to Hot Springs-one thing that always struck me was that I was sitting outside smoking and the cleaning staff would not go in my room until I removed my purses or came in the room -VERY trustworthy. Will be booking our yearly stay soon! Nothing bad to say about this hotel

4
« Best Economy Hotel »

Have had a great time in Hot Springs, and BW was defiantly a part of it! To top it off, the beds were "Heavenly" and we had the best nights sleep! The room was well appointed, very clean, and the air conditioning kept the room cold:) The free breakfast was acceptable but nothing to brag about...the coffee on the other hand was wonderful! We stayed in room 110 by the pool and will stay here again!

« Breakfast id why I stay. »

I have been staying at this hotel for 15 years. The breakfast is always everything you want in the morning. Home made rolls, bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles, muffins, yogurt, fruit, etc. The lady in attendance is the BEST. She will cook your waffle, comes to the tables and ask if you need anything. Hotel is showing age, needs updating but the breakfast is the reason we keep coming back.

5
« Delightful Breakfast »

We stayed there for two evenings this spring. The breakfast bar was delicious! Excellent biscuits, gravy, yogurt, and fresh fruit! Our last day there those lovely ladies offered us the remainder of the cinnamon rolls to take home! Yes, yes, yes! The dining room is well situated and Alisa and Donna make you feel so welcome. I felt like I was sitting down for dinner at my granny's kitchen! We will definitely be back!

I would highly recommend this hotel when you are visiting Oaklawn Park Racing and Gaming. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants close by and cabs are easy to get as well. I felt very secure at this property. The breakfast is a big plus too!

« Always consistent »

Friendly staff, clean, good amenities, always consistent. Location is good, nice groomed grounds, great breakfast, and the gals running the breakfast always ask if there is anything you need or can they help. Convenient parking for those going to horse track.

« Great for Bikers »

I would highly recommend this hotel to any biker. Great location and the prices were fantastic. The hotel was right across the street from the horse track if that is of interest to anyone. It is a short distance to the downtown area and has lots of parking for free.

« Good Nights Stay »

A little more pricey than I would have preferred, BUT it was well spent. The room was clean, well maintained, nicer than expected. Overall I am glad I spent a little more and returned to BW. I had a bad experience at a lesser hotel in Jonesboro and was very apprehensive about staying in a hotel again. The girl at the desk was very helpful and assuring and the hotel more than met my expectations that there would be NO CRITTERS. I slept well.

« Fine Hotel »

Older Hotel but very clean. Staff was top notch and everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were older but very clean and in good order. Great location if you are going to Oaklawn Park . I would recommend to family and friends without hesitation.

« Great Hotel »

We love it because it is right across from the track. Perfect spot for racing fans. We never drive anywhere once we park. All you need is right there within walking distance. We usually go downtown once during our stay to eat or visit the Arlington, but it is a $5 each cab ride there and $5 each back.

« Wonderful Family Trip »

Excellent location and breakfast was wonderful every day. Staff in restaurant were attentive, clean, pleasant and made our stay relaxing and we had a good time. They visited and showed an interest in every patron. Wonderful food, plenty to eat, great selection.

« Great breakfast »

We stayed there 4 nights and the buffet breakfast was outstanding. Alisa and Donna made us feel like family. The rooms were clean but we could hear traffic noises. Overall, I would recommend. The only minus was hearing the traffic during the night.

« Just like family. »

The staff at this hotel makes me feel like family from the receptionist, Housekeeping ,the lady who fixes breakfast, maintenance men and the manager. I stay here 35-40 times a year mostly on business and am on a first name basis with most of the employees.

We were warmly welcomed, with our bicycles. Our room was in back on ground floor and we could bring our bicycles in the room. It was very clean, comfortable beds. Nice shower. Great, friendly breakfast. Sharon

« Good breakfast and comfy beds »

My mother and I traveled and received a good deal from Priceline for this hotel. I was somewhat worried about the neighborhood being around the racetrack and the casino (we're not into this kind of thing). But, we stayed on a Monday and the hotel wasn't busy. When we went to breakfast the next morning, the wait staff was very friendly as were the rest of the hotel guests. The beds were comfy, and the hotel desk staff were also friendly. The room itself isn't fancy; it has the old hotel look on the outside. But, all in all, my mother and I agreed that we received a good night's sleep and a breakfast for a decent price.

« Great Stay »

This hotel was very clean, the staff was excellent and professional. It was very quiet too! Beds were very comfortable and clean .The rooms were clean and smelled clean also. We really enjoyed our trip and our stay. Also the hotel is across the street from Oaklawn, so we didn't have to pay to park, we walked to everything. There a very good place to eat dinner right next door to the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel was great, you will not leave hungry. This is one of the best hotels, I have stayed in.

5
« Great Service »

It was clean and the breakfast was pretty good. The service behind the front desk and the kitchen crew was the best part! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Donna and Alisa were awesome! Thankful for all of them and how they make people feel welcome. The location is great. You can drive to the trails or shop downtown! We found out that the casino and horse races are literally across the street (if you're into that kind of thing.) We went to the Garvan Gardens, which was only 15 minutes from the hotel. There's lots of random things you can do within 20 minutes! I'd definitely go back!

« Good value »

Clean, comfortable room with a great bed and excellent water pressure/water temperature in the shower. Very convenient for going to the race track/casino (directly across the street). Will make this my regular place when going to Hot Springs.

« Comfortable/ Clean/Internet good! »

Best place to stay if you are going to Oaklawn or the Winner's Circle Gaming wow right across the street! Plenty of places to eat walking distance! Great staff there too!! The Breakfast is the best I have had!! Always been pleased when staying in Hot Springs!

5
« accross from the track »

better than most breakfast buffet, attendant to clean tables make waffles and keep food coming pleasant room attendants , a little pricey at $130. but if you consider free parking for the track and a better than most breakfast, seems good value

1
« Over Priced »

We will not be back. Pubic hair in shower, dried blood on the wall, and a huge throw up stain on the bed skirt. Smelt musky and very noisy outside from car and people traffic. No parking when the races are going on. Décor very outdated. YUCK! Over priced

2
« There was someone in our room »

Let me start by saying the location of this hotel can not be beat, if you are visiting for horse races, which we were. Even upon initial arrival things were great, we arrived early to go to the races, we were given a parking pass and escorted to a parking spot, and told to come back later and pickup our keys for the room after the races. That's when it started going down hill, we got back to get our room keys and they were not in the case with our reservation, the room number was on our parking pass and I had received a receipt showing which room so the desk staff printed our keys. We went to the room and as I started to open the door, my girlfriend screamed their are people in there! We quickly apologized before getting the door completely open and went back to the desk, where they kind of laughed and apologized and called the room to find out who was in it. Then we were informed it was someone who stays with them all the time, so they were going to let them keep that room and just give us their old room. As you can imagine I was extremely nervous about this, they printed us keys for their room, what guarantee did I have no one would walk into our room? I called every other hotel I could find within 30 miles and they were all booked, so we decided to stay. Because it was a weekend the rate was around $180 total, which was the same as the Holiday Inn Express down the street which is very nice. I have stayed in it several times, but because it was my girlfriends first trip to the races, I wanted to stay right across the street so we could enjoy some cocktails and not have far to travel afterwards. Again the location is great, but the quality of this hotel is no where near what I would expect for that rate. I spend a lot of time in hotels and have had some interesting experiences, this is by far the worst and most uncomfortable I have ever felt on an overnight stay anywhere. There was also a dirty sock in the floor of the room that we ended up in, but that was the least of our concerns at that point. I stayed up most of the night, we got up and had breakfast, which was very good, and then drove home. For a guys trip, this hotel would be fine, if you just need a bed to crash in, and you are planning to drink at the races and need somewhere close. I would not recommend bringing a family or spouse, you can find much higher quality for less money.

« Cancelled my reservation without permission »

I go with a group of about 25-30 people every year to Hot Springs to do horse racing, hot baths and visiting the city. My sister and I both had reservations under my dad's name. We had different addresses, credit card numbers and reservation numbers...when my sister called the day before to confirm her reservation, she told them she didn't need three rooms, just two rooms without knowing my room was under my dad's name as well, So the front office cancelled my reservation without even calling me or checking to see that it was two totally different reservations, different credit card numbers, different cities, et cetera. I even called the Best Western corporate office the night before to confirm my reservation after she called, and I got a conf. number....When I showed up to check-in, the front office said, we cancelled your reservation. They at first said we only have one room with a king size bed and then it went to two rooms with a king size bed. I said that won't work because there's three of us. They suggested we just stay in the suite with my sister and her husband (not cool)....Finally, they said we have one double bed upstairs that's smoking...so we took it. Then after two days, they said I had to move my room to a nonsmoking because they had my room rented out...What a pain it was to move my stuff....I was so upset....I asked to speak to the manager and she was nice enough to take $65 off my total bill of $608.....I still believe that at least one night of my four nights should have been comp'd...we stay at this hotel every year and always have about 25-30 people when we go......

« Very nice visit! »

The rooms were larger than most we've stayed in, very clean facilities , and the breakfast was awesome ! Thank you Alisa and John for making our mornings so much brighter! We were greeted promptly, and in addition, Alisa and John gave us travel tip information about where we wanted to go in Hot Springs!!! Thank you for the best customer service!! Tera was so kind in helping us to be able to stay in the same room both nights when we originally booked our stay for one!

« Best breakfast host Alisa and Donna »

The hot breakfast was very yummy and very friendly host Alisa and Donna made it even better. They came to the table and asked for our selection and constantly talked to the guest to see how their day was going and to see if they need anything else. They also guided about the local attractions. Best Host ever in a hotel!!!!!

« Very convenient location for Oaklawn Racetrack and Casino »

The location is their 'best amenity'...across the street form Oaklawn Racetrack and Casino. The shuttle carts from rooms to/from overflow parking and the street are very convenient. The hot complimentary breakfast is excellent and the employees very friendly. Our group was sizeable...management and employees did what they could to keep our rooms together. The rooms are comfortable, updated and clean. We will definitely make a return stay.

« Family Vacation »

This hotel is great but the location is not the best of family with small kids. The staff is nice and helpful. It's nice to have a microwave in the room. Very busy street! We had the top floor. They had lost of outlets for our phones.

5
« Horse Raceing »

Get location & wonderful breakfast. Free parking if your going to the track.. Walking distance to track & a couple of bars. Fun times..The staff all very nice. Not much noise at nite. Ive stayed there several times with large groups & they always try to get us close together..

« Convenient location for the Casino/Track »

Very convenient location for people attending Oaklawn Racetrack and Casino.Parking can be difficult, but they do have an overlow lot. The hot breakfast was a great value, and the staff in there was very friendly.

« This is one of our favorite places to stay! »

We have stayed at Best Western Winners Circle two times now. The location is perfect if you are going to the horse races. If you love pizza, Rocky's Corner is right beside the Winners Circle. While location and the best pizza in town right next door should be enough to encourage you to give them a try - that is not what we think is the reason to stay there. To us the reason to stay at Winners Circle is their employees. You cannot get better customer service anywhere. Tara was so professional and helpful during check-in as well as check-out. When you walk into the lobby area you feel like you are coming home to visit your friends. Keep in mind, we only stayed there one other time and truthfully do not know any of the employees personally. The complimentary breakfast is another great reason to stay at the Winners Circle. The biscuit, sausage and gravy was excellent and the coffee was almost as good as the pot of coffee I brew at my own home. The Winners Circle is for sure where we will stay anytime we plan a trip to Hot Springs. Give them a try!!

« My visit to Hotsprings »

My husband surprised me for our 5th anniversary with a trip to Hot Springs to go to Oaklawn because he knows how much I love horses. We stayed at Best Western, due to it being across the street from Oaklawn. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this hotel. From the time we arrived until our departure, the front desk and entire staff was very professional, friendly and accommodating. The rooms had obviously been updated, and when we went to eat breakfast there, Alisa and Jon bent over backwards to serve us. In fact, I stayed and visited with them for quite awhile. They waited on me hand and foot the entire time. GREAT COUPLE! Best western is very blessed to have them! I can't wait to go back and stay there again......??

« Location, Location, Location »

We stayed here last year, off-season, and I still remember the breakfast! If we ever return for the races, I know we will stay here. There are a couple bars within walking distance, and it's right across the street from the race track. You could in essence never have to drive your car in Hot Springs once parking here.

5
« Good times! »

Right across the street from Oaklawn Racetrack makes this location Perfect! Friendliness of the staff makes it even better! The Breakfast is excellent and the ladies that prepare it are so sweet - as well as front desk staff! They always treat us like family!

« Top-notch accommodations and staff! »

I came to Hot Springs on an emergency visit for hospitalized family member. When I called on way there from Indiana, I talked with Theresa at front desk. She was empathetic, professional, and efficient. When I arrived, she had me placed in a room close to office, which I appreciated as someone alone and perhaps needing to leave at all hours of the night and might need their assistance. I felt extremely safe. I thought people coming in for races would be roudy. Not at all. Everyone was great! I had my dog with me, so I asked to not have my room cleaned when I wasn't there. They honored my wishes. One of housekeeping supervisors, I think her name was Alicia (sorry if got name wrong) even came by to stock me up with new towels, etc.! Best place I've stayed in Hot Springs!

« Nice hotel, great price! »

We were on a geocaching trip between Christmas and New Years. This was a great choice of hotel in this area. The rooms were large, and clean. The layout was wonderful. The dressing area was outside the bathroom but shielded from the door and the bed portion of the room, this area included a double vanity, the safe, closet and a little bench. The breakfast area was also clean and neat, the girls working the area jumped in and made your waffles for you. All of the employees were courteous and helpful. When we had car trouble and extended our stay by a day, there was no problem. Great stay and we would go back again.

4
« Good place to get a quiet nite »

We traveled 22 days across the Deep South and by far this was one of the best places for breakfast. There was the usual plus the gal would make your waffles Also the help were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and adequate. We used the laundry facility which worked and was clean also.

« Will not be disappointed »

Very nice accommodations. Bed was comfortable. Clean room, clean carpet and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. Thanks Donna for the waffles. Plenty selections. Overall, the stay was excellent. Definitely will be returning!

« GREAT FOR THE RACES! »

Had a great time. Nice room, great bed, and most importantly close to the races. A bit pricey but everything is during racing season. If you are going to pay the price at least you wont be disappointed! Closer to the races than walking from the parking lot!!

5
« Hot Springs at the Races »

Winners Circle Best Western is a comfortable, affordable and accessible hotel for not only the Oaklawn Race Track & Casino but it is midway between the Hot Springs Spa Row and the lakes and shopping malls. The staff is accommodating as well as friendly and attentive. One of the best places I've stayed in Hot Springs.

5
« "Great Location!" »

This hotel is located across from Oaklawn Park and convienient to local resturants as well. It is clean and well kept. The complementary hot breakfast is excellent! We stay here every time we go to the races with friends! Highly recommend it!

« TOP NOTCH »

Hotel staff is the best so far! Always helpful and pleasant. Would HIGHLY recommend them. Cant beat the location if you are going to watch the ponies or go to the casino! No need to drive, just walk on over!!

1
« Cancelled! you Can't come in!! »

Although their rates were 20 more than the internet rates I decided to book directly with the motel itself. I needed to be sure that I had a room waiting after traveling 5 hours and arriving around midnight. I pulled up and the girl would not let me in the lobby. I can understand safety and all but when she told me she had cancelled my reservation which I had held with my credit card because she needed to do the night audit and I would have to wait in my car until it was over i left.

« Annual Trip to Horse Races »

We stay at this Best Western every year for our annual trip to the horse races. Great location right across the street from Oaklawn Park. They even have a golf cart to shuttle you to the track from your room. The rooms are super clean and the staff is always friendly. We love the pillow top beds and the fresh cotton sheets. They serve a hot breakfast and have added a fresh baked cinnamon roll to the menu that is as good as I've had anywhere. We've booked our room for another trip in March. Can't wait to come back.

4
« Great breakfast! »

We chose this because we wanted to be close to Hot Springs National Park and the baths, and we wanted a pool and breakfast. The location was excellent, and the breakfast incredible, but we were disappointed that the pool was outdoor and in January, not available. I guess I didn't read the description well enough. The staff at breakfast was exceptionally attentive and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

5
« Great Experience »

From check in to check out everything was A1!! We enjoyed our stayed here. Everyone was super friendly and courteous. Break fast was very tasty and the server was very professional. Next time we visit Hot springs this is our place to stay.

« Excellent Stay »

Hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Check in and check out were both painless and efficient. Location to event was excellent and because of amount of people at this location, it had the potential to be a clogged area. The hotel had a person directing traffic that helped the flow tremendously with the event and overflow people. I had a wonderful stay and will stay there again the next time we attend that event.

« Best Continental Breakfast ever!! »

We spent 2 nights here, to go to Oaklawn Race Track. The staff was wonderful and the rooms were nice. However, Alisa and Donna, who prepare and serve the Continental Breakfast were awesome!! The food was the best we have ever had at a free Continental Breakfast and the service was above and beyond what anyone would expect!! Those girls make real food and serve it with a smile! They made you feel right at home!! Definitely will recommend to others and will be back!!

« A MUST STAY for RACING SEASON »

No better place to stay than right across the street from the race track than BW Winners Circle. This is an older hotel that has been updated and extremely well maintained outside and in the rooms. I ALWAYS call this hotel 1st to see about rooms. If the hotel has no vacancy because I waited to long, only then do i look at other major chains. I continue to call back to make sure no one has canceled at The Winner's Circle. My family always brags about " We got a room right across the track at our favorite hotel" You know you are a Winner even before you get to the track if you got a room at BW Winners Circle.

4
« Great stay »

Very satisfied. Allowed to park in motel parking lot before going to horse races and also allowed to move vehicle to gravel parking lot for free the following day when went to races, saving having to pay for parking twice (normally $10 per day). Breakfast was very good, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits gravy, etc. Will be back

« Management »

A month before our stay I had called and talked to a staff member and worked with her for 2 hours on changing the date of our stay. When we got to the hotel that was 5 hours away, they said my reservations were for the next weekend. It was booked with Expedia and the staff member said that it was all taken care of. When at the hotel they said "sorry, that staff member was fired". I feel that is was not my fault and the changes that were made should have been kept. I was on the phone for 36 min. in their lobby correcting the hotels mistake.

« Best breakfast anywhere!! »

Rooms are great. Bed is so comfortable!! Love that it is across from the track. The best part is the free breakfast!! Better food than you would expect. Cinnamon rolls are to die For. They have a great variety of options from the healthy to the kind of food I like. Bacon, eggs, biscuits waffles and pastries. Donna was so helpful and nice. She made the whole experience so much better. Go to Hot springs at least twice a year for horse races and will definitely stay here again!!!

5
« Clean Room, Great Rate »

I have stayed at many hotels, but this Hotel was one of the cleanest and most reasonable places that I have stayed in the last 5 years. If I come back through Hot Springs again, this is where I will stay.

« This Hotel is SO convienent to the Race Track. »

« Worst hotel stay ever!! »

Well to begin with they weren't supposed to charge us as we used reward points to stay. Well the next day we had a charge on our card and we did eventually get it back two days after we checked out. The night we checked in I asked to speak with the manager because the front desk clerk didn't know anything about our reward points. I never heard from the Manager all that night and half of the next day. I went to the office to see if the manager was in and it was a no so again I left my name and number with a different front desk clerk. Still never heard from the manager. At about 5 o'clock that evening my husband and I were relaxing after a nap and we heard fumbling and talking at our hotel door so I went over and put the chain lock on and then the door opened I happened to be standing there so I pushed it back shut and said excuse me. The guy at the door apologized and said this is the room we were just given. I immediately called the front desk and informed them that people had a key and had just tried to get in our room. She said oh my I'm showing no one is in that room and said I will take care of this and practically hung up on me. We tried our door keys and they didn't work so I got ready and went down to the front desk. I told the lady who I was and she put her hand up and said we got you all fixed up. I said no you didn't because our keys don't work. I told her I was glad we were there or those people could have taken our stuff. She just kind of brushed me off so I walked out. The next day when we were checking out we informed them of us being charged and still not hearing from the manager. The lady didn't say much and just handed me a paper that said my card was refunded even though we weren't supposed to be charged and didn't actually receive the refund until 2 days after check out. I told her there would be a bad review on trip advisor and her answer was well I hope you won't be too mad at us. Really...... wow I will never stay here again. I'm not a person who usually writes reviews good or bad but I had to on this. Don't stay here their customer service is terrible. It wasn't so much that mistakes were made because they happen sometimes but I couldn't believe the lack of follow up, apology or remedy for the situation. They didn't credit our points back, give a free stay or anything for that matter. I didn't even receive a apology. It has been almost three weeks since we stayed and I still haven't received a call from the Manager and I have left a voice mail with details and my number. So you decide if this is a place you want to stay?! My suggestion....steer clear!!

« Fantastic Experience that won't put that much of a dent into your Wallet »

SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF. We were treated with TRUE southern Hospitality. When we entered the hotel it was like being greeted into someone's home. That was a REAL treat. Rooms are super comfy and REALLY clean! The breakfast was REALLY good for a hotel continental breakfast. I would have to say it's the best I've ever had while traveling. I would totally stay here again! And HIGHLY recommend this place!

« Clean and friendly...great breakfast »

The entire property was clean. Woke up to staff even cleaning the parking lot. Bed was super comfy. Watched the horses trotting on the horse track from the window of our room! We didn't have time to use the pool, but it looked nice. Yummy full breakfast: biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles, yogurt, cereals, juice and coffee. Thanks to Donna for the friendly breakfast service!!! Would DEFINATELY stay here again.

« Great value, comfy mattress, clean room »

I would unhesitatingly recommend this hotel for any travelers passing through. I personally am usually skeptical of online reviews, but I'm a real person, and during this stay I was purely a leisure traveler. If I ever venture back to Hot Springs, I am staying here. The beds were comfy, and although my room was "smoking" it didn't reek of stale cigarettes the way so many chain hotels do.

Overall great place to stay! Small and built years ago, it is a through back to the motel/motor inn style. Everything was very clean and the staff was super nice. A few steps away from Rocky's Pizza and Oaklawn Racetrack/Casino. Will definitely recommend and stay there again!

« More Bang FOR YOUR BUCK! »

I LOVE this Hotel! It's super clean Staff is so friendly and the breakfast is the best hotel free breakfast I have ever had! This Best Western is connected (not attached just connected) with the casino across the street so they gave us players card worth $10...The casino is a completely different story... Please read my review on Oaklawn Casino. In any event, we stayed in Room 229. It's VERY quaint cozy and it's a fairly standard room. Bedding was super comfy and the pillows are nice. Bed is clean...unlike some hotels. It's located near downtown Hot Springs. It's not walkable to downtown but it's within driving distance. There is a washer and dryer located near the front desk that closes at 10 pm. $1.25 to wash and $1.00 to dry. Nice looking small pool and a workout room. I would totally stay here again!

« Great Stay, Great Room, Awesome Staff »

We stayed here for a girls weekend, I rented the family room, it was very clean and there was so much room inside, It was a two room suite with two king sized beds and in the other room was four wing back chairs a pull out sofa, a coffee table a desk with a chair and a round table. The beds were super comfortable. Pleanty of pillows. The room faced Central Ave but the noise was not bad at all. The hotel has two family suites and both are very secure. The check in staff was awesome. Oaklawn Park is just across the street. We planned on visting there, but ran out of time.

Nice older hotel with very good value. Breakfast was good . Need an elevator for upstairs. Staff was nice and friendly. Concerned with outdoor room security but not unique to older hotels. Very close to casino with open cart transportation (good during warm weather).

« Great location »

Very good value at this hotel. The hotel is centrally located to many touristic sites. The room was a little noisy from the busy Avenue, but the bed was very comfortable! The staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating.

« Enjoyable Stay »

Best Western has a good location - central and across from the race track, making it easy to find. Despite being on a busy thoroughfare, there was no road noise. Our room was clean and a great base for a three day stay. The bed was comfortable. The fitness center was small, but up to date with newer equipment. Breakfast was good with enough selections for a vegetarian and a vegan. Alisa really elevated breakfast with great service, making you feel like part of a happy family. Price wise, this was a wallet friendly motel that was clean, well maintained with friendly, knowledgable and happy staff. Next time we are in Hot Springs, we'll stay here.

Really enjoyed my stay! Location is great! Just across the street from Oaklawn Race Track & Casino. Close to old downtown Hot Springs. Close to restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. What more can you ask for? I'll definitely be back!

« Wonderful relaxing stay »

We visited Hot Springs for a few days before Christmas. Wanted to catch up on some business and do some Christmas shopping. Had a great stay. Slept well on the comfortable bed, enjoyed the large clean room. It was tastefully decorated and very clean. The room attendant was very sweet and made sure we were taken care of. The breakfast was wonderful and had a great selection. It had something for everyone. The breakfast person was a delight. She was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone from business people to families to those that want yo watch the horses run.

« Great price for what you get. »

My husband and I booked our room on hotels.com. $57 a night for New Year's Eve and 2 additional nights. The beds were comfortable! (We went for the double beds to save money and we were able to stretch out on our own bed) :) Granite counter tops in bathroom area. Heat lamp in bathroom to keep you warm. Pantene pro v for the complimentary shampoo and conditioner. Full breakfast! Hot eggs, sausage, biscuits gravy, and hit waffles, potAtoes, Coffee maker, fridge, microwave. Table to eat at in room. We brought our box fan and it blocked out any noise from other guests. Short walk to Rockys corner to eat. They had the best pizza! Across the way from the casino. Although the casino sucks. This was well worth the price!

« Made Our New Year Perfect! »

We went to Hot Springs for a private New Year's Eve party with a group at a friend's restaurant and chose this hotel for the location and because it had a better appearance than the others in the area. We were pleasantly surprised from check-in to check-out by the friendliness of the staff, the comfort, amenities, and cleanliness of the rooms, and most particularly, the free breakfast. The very nice lady that oversaw the breakfast bar was friendly and very conscientious about making sure the diners had everything they needed. She made a point of speaking to each person and frequently checked the breakfast bar to make sure everything was right. We were very impressed with her and this whole experience! We will definitely go back to this establishment!

« Great Value »

Usually I stay in expensive hotels but decided to be very cost conscience this trip. It was a good choice. Clean room, good service, very close to the activities we chose. Always felt safe on the property and rooms were quiet. QUALIFIER...we did stay here over Christmas week which would normally be more quiet anyway.

« Excellent value!! »

Recently traveled to Hot Springs last minute for New Year's Eve. Price point was well below other comparably rated hotels, so I booked 3 nights. Check in was easy; front desk was helpful and friendly. It is an old school motel layout; you drive to your room and enter from the outside. Asked for a room in the back away from the street and got it. The rooms are clean and functional. Our king had a comfortable bed, microwave fridge combo, and flat screen with plenty of channels, including HBO. Bathroom is small, but clean and perfectly functional. We took advantage of the free breakfast, which was a notch above most. Alisa made us delicious mini waffles and was very friendly. She answered any questions we had with a smile. It's located right across from Oaklawn and also within walking distance from Rocky's Corner, which had delicious Pizza!! Only 3 miles from downtown, as well. Overall, can't beat the value and we will definitely return when we visit Hot Springs in the future!

Clean room with comfortable king bed. Yummy breakfast buffet with many choices served by Donna. She was very friendly and helpful - she made sure everyone had everything that they needed and wanted. It was nice to experience true Southern hospitality!

« Great stay, great price »

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast hot and tasty, and all the fitness center equipment worked. GREAT VALUE...WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My daughter booked this for us, we usually don't stay at Best Westerns.

« Highly Impressed »

From check-in to check-out, my fiancée and I were impressed with every aspect of this establishment. The staff are friendly and welcoming, particularly the lady who runs the breakfast bar! She loves her job and kept everything clean and stocked, attending to and making conversation with the customers. We felt very safe here, as there are cameras all around the grounds, and the areas are well lit. Our room was clean as a whistle and no hint of smoke was detected, unlike most other hotels that claim a "smoke-free room". Our room came with a fridge and microwave, a dinner table, a nice flat screen tv, a terrific shower, and a wonderful comfortable King-Size bed! For all this, we paid less than $60! We'll most certainly be returning here if we ever need to stay in Hot Springs again. At this Best Western, everyone really is a WINNER.

Love just walking across the street to the casino. The staff at the hotel are always very nice and the staff at the Breakfast Bar are always great they are friendly, nice and have one of the very best breakfast bar's in town. If you want to have a good nights sleep walk to the casino and eat a fantastic breakfast I suggest you stay at the Best Western Winners Circle in Hot Springs Ark. Linda Lester

« Super value »

Very clean, comfy bed, friendly staff, well maintained, excellent full breakfast and central location. What more could you ask for? Especially in this price range. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Now for my "pet peeves ". The toilet sometimes does not completely flush, the shower is luke warm even though the sink would get very hot, the ice machine in our building never had ice and it is quite a walk fro the back building to where breakfast is served. Also during our 2 night stay maid service did not come to refresh our room until about 3 o'clock when I told her "no thanks" she offered to replace our towels. I gave her ours but she never returned with any replacements. So at 6 o'clock I had to walk down to the office to get some. I guess the older I get the more little things annoy me.

« Pros & cons »

When we checked into our room we noticed a few things that showed it had not been cleaned really well but after traveling and being tired a comfortable bed made up for it. We had asked for a crib at the front desk and it took awhile before we got it, however it was around lunch time so I assume everyone was on break and when we did get it housekeeping was very nice and assured us if we needed anything else to let them know. Shout out to the breakfast ladies! They were very friendly and polite. The biggest complaint I have is the noise level. There was a big gap at the bottom of our door and we could hear EVERYTHING that happened outside. We had to put a towel down to help keep the cold air from blowing in. Aside from a few things I would stay here again but hopefully the room would be a bit better next time. Not the best place to stay in Hot Springs but there are most definitely worse!

« Great Quality for Reasonable Cost »

My car broke down on my trip to Hot Springs, so my stay was longer than expected. I was very thankful that the Best Western was very clean and comfortable and centrally located without being outrageously priced. The room was spacious and clean, the appliances all worked, the grounds were tidy and seemed safe and secure, and the staff were all friendly. This is a good hotel for someone wanting to explore Hot Springs but not wanting to pay the boutique hotel prices of the downtown inns.

4
« Great for the Money »

The value you get for this room is great. The location is awesome. There was a smell of pot in our room from people staying 2 doors down. All in all this was a great stay for us and we will stay there again if we are back in the area.

« Customer Satisfaction »

For the most part we enjoy coming to this Hotel. We just don't like being put in the back part of the Hotel rooms... Love the hot breakfast when it's made for the most part and we don't have to wait 15 minutes because something ran out.

5
« Winner! »

For this being an older property I wasn't expecting much. Everything was updated and clean and the room was large. Best ever - the mattresses are memory foam! I slept like a baby. The only downside was the noise and lights from the road. Request a room in the back.

« Third stay at this hotel »

Good location to downtown area where we mainly spend out time. Clean rooms and property. Friendly staff, knowledgable of the area. Comfortable beds with plently of pillows. Have always felt safe in this area. Easy to find with plenty of parking. Have never had a complaint.

« Wonderful, absolutely wonderful. »

The staff is amazing. We got everything we asked for and then some. The rooms were clean and neat, the beds were comfortable and we had no trouble getting plenty of rest. Breakfast is great. Hot food, friendly staff and all the guests we visited with were very pleased. Great location....nearby everything we wanted to see and do. So much fun to be had. We fully intend to return.

« Very Impressive »

I was very impressed with the rooms. I've stayed at 2 other motels in Hot Springs because I visit frequently. The room at the other motels I visited was more expensive and the quality of the room was on a much lower level than Best Western. It was very clean and much more spacious. The staff was very helpful and Very friendly. I stayed 2 nights and I guess the only small complaint I had was after our day out on the 2nd day, upon our return the maids did a wonderful job cleaning however they didn't restock anything. We were out of shampoo, soap, and coffee. It wasn't a huge problem but it would've been nice to already have that stuff handy when we returned. Overall though, it was a very comfortable stay and very impressive. I will definitely be staying there everytime I am back in Hot Springs. I have definitely found "My Motel."

« The price was right »

Stayed for two nights on a spur of the moment trip to Hot Springs. Got a good rate for a King room upstairs. The room was okay. Seemed clean enough but it had an old musty smell we thought might go away but really never did. Guess I should have reported it but you'd think they would know. The bed was super comfortable and the hot breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel. We got scolded a little because we made our own waffle (the nice lady is supposed to make them for you, which we didn't know). Parking spaces are really tight and the last morning, a HUGE truck had parked so close to our car, my husband had to move it before I could get in. Overall, it wasn't bad but I would probably stay elsewhere if coming to the area again.

« Best Western, Hot Springs, Ark. »

The motel is convenient to downtown and tourist attractions in Hot Springs. The breakfast provided was the highlight of the day. Alisa and her husband provide the food and service which is better than any I have found. The rooms are clean and decorative; the staff is very helpful.

4
« A nice stay for what you pay »

Stopped at this hotel for a night. The staff was very helpful at giving us a coupon deal even though we had previously booked a reservation for more. Additionally the complimentary breakfast was very good for a hotel. Our room was clean and showed little signs of wear. Parking was easy as we got to park right outside our room with the more motel style layout. The only downside was the hotel's location wasn't the best for tourists, but as we had a car it wasn't an issue and was a better deal than other's.

« Comfortable,clean , safe - GREAT VALUE »

This hotel has great pillow top beds, frig and microwave, desk and table with two chairs, large 35 inch flatscreen TV with over 80 channels, roomy dressing area where the sink is located , fluffy towels, and a really good shower. It is an older property but nicely renovated and very clean. This is a motel where rooms open to parking lot or upstairs room open to walkway. I was a little concerned about safety and the surrounding area with this hotel across street from race track - however that was not an issue at all. Nice surroundings including a fabulous restaurant right next door - Rocky's Corner (yummy pizza). We decided to stay a second night due to bad weather and Tera made room for us and even gave us a little discount. That just topped off a perfect stay. The pricing here is one of the best in town and the value for your money is way above average. Thank you Tera and the Winners Circle! We will definitely be back soon.

4
« good location »

hotel is right across from the race track, downtown 3.5 miles away, places to eat are a wide choice, there was a magic show downtown well worth your time, bath houses were quite interesting to see, will go back

« Great value, comfortable room, short drive to Bathhouse Row »

Stayed for 2 nights while exploring Hot Springs Natl Park and this Best Western was a great value. Got a room for $65/night with a king bed - room was clean, bed very comfortable, free breakfast included hot items like eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy. Easy 5 minute drive to Bathhouse Row area of Hot Springs. And there is free parking in a big garage once you're in the touristy section of the town. The WiFI went in and out but that wasn't a deal breaker. If you want an affordable and comfortable place to stay in Hot Springs, I'd recommend this hotel.

5
« Best of the Best Westerns we visited. »

This was the best stay of our vacation. Room was very large and the breakfast was the best of all the Best Westerns we visited. We stayed at BW Texarkana, BW at Horn Lake, and BW at Branson, Mo. This by far was the best of the BW.

« No fancy but great place to sleep! »

We just needed a clean place to sleep after getting our passports. Good beds clean. Hot breakfast. Great price! Surprised how many businesses are closed in Hot Springs. Looking like hard times down there. I've always gone to the Arlington for a massage. Don't go. Poor condition and staff is marginal. Bummer!

« Great Hotel »

The staff was very friendly both on the phone as well as in person. Normally I do not like to stay in hotels with exterior doors as they often feel out dated and old, but this one was very clean. I stay at a lot of Best Western hotels and this one had the best hot breakfast of any I have stayed at. Donna and Alisa went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great meal. They checked on me several times to make sure I had what I needed and Donna even prepared my waffles for me. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hot Springs.

« Good hotel »

Good place to stay, room rates were fairly priced for such a beautiful area. Spent 2 nights and was happy with everything. I went to the front desk and questioned about the area and the staff were more than happy to explain the area. I was given maps and helpful hints to make it easier.

« Great Place to Stay »

We had never been to Hot Springs. We stayed two nights at the Best Western due to reviews we had read. We were very pleased with the room, the service and the breakfast. It is a convenient location. The bath had a very good shower head, clean tub, nice Heat/Light/Vent/Night Light. The Vent was not operational so when we left I reported that to Tera at the front desk. She was most appreciative of my suggestions for other improvements as well. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the courtyard and pool, which was nice. These rooms were a little smaller than others but we found it more than adequate for two persons. The king bed was very comfortable. We couldn't get the Fox Business Chanel on TV to watch the debate was the only downside. The Breakfast was great. The hostesses do an excellent job--especially the homemade cinnamon rolls--get there early to get one. The sausage, bacon, gravy, biscuits, cinnamon rolls, pastries, canned fruit, yogurt, etc. was all good. I would highly recommend this Best Western. We got a very good price in the off-season. Tera told me it was full during Jan-April Racing season since it is across the street from Woodlawn tract.

« Good location but bad service »

When I arrived at the hotel i was informed I had booked the wrong type of room (suite) due to there being very little on the third party website to delineate the types of rooms. The person at the front desk was not willing at all to relocate me to the room I thought I had reserved despite the fact the room was next door and remained empty all night. The room was dingy and you could tell had not been vacuumed around the baseboards and doorways in a long time. The hotel was conveniently located, but that's about all I can say that turned out positive during this trip. I would not stay here or recommend anyone stay here for pleasure. It will do if you wish to be walking distance from the race track. Good thing they have that going for them. A better brand should take over that property and make it nice again.

« Not fancy but very nice. »

Nice clean place to stay. Very friendly people working here. Great free breakfast, they will even make waffles for you. Good location across from track. Rocky's Corner is next door is a great place for pizza and subs.

« Quiet and comfortable »

Tried this hotel because I had been to another in Hot Springs and had the bed wreck my back. I am delighted to say that the beds at this establishment were extremely Comfortable and clean. The room was equipped with a fridge and microwave as well as a nice tv. There were high school kids there for a cross country tournament and they were playing in the parking lot, but the room was so quiet that I never noticed it while I enjoyed a relaxing evening and a restful sleep. This hotel certainly has my vote and my money every time I ride thru Hot Springs.

« 11-07-15 one night stay »

Everything was ok except the parking and hot water in shower.... We had to park far away from our room... I couldn't even see our truck from our room. Was not happy at all with that. Oh the shower in room 215, the shower handle don't turn to hot, so even after letting it run to warm up the water is just barely warm. I was disappointed that I had to take almost a cold shower.

We enjoyed ourselves immensely in Hot Springs. Everything is close, nice rooms and beautiful town. We visited the National park, Oaklawn Gaming, taste tested the brews at Superior, very nice selection. We then drove next day to the Crater of Diamonds which was not far.

« Great Breakfast Service »

Great service at breakfast from Donna and Alisa! They personally served, cleaned up and even made our waffles. They were also very kind to everyone that was there. It was crowded that morning and they were patient, joyful and worked very hard to make sure everyone was served.

For the money, and the location, across from Oaklawn race track, for horse race enthusiast, you can't beat this place. For me, who was here to look at real estate, it was an above average experience . I have to say from the friendly front desk help, to the upgraded rooms, to the immediate survey about my experience, these folks are making the effort.

My husband and I stayed here during our move to the village. The front desk ladies were wonderful and very knowledgeable. The room was comfortable bed was great. The maids did an awesome job it was spotless. The next morning the breakfast bar that is open from 6am til 10am was the best. Miss Donna was a diamond in the rough. She saw to our every need. She makes homemade cinnamon rolls and even makes the waffles. All and all our stay was just what we needed after and before we finished moving. THANK YOU BEST WESTERN!!!!!

« A Wonderful Place To Stay!! »

This is definitely a 5 star hotel!! It had every amenity you could think of....a freezer-refrigerator, microwave, Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on!! Also, the breakfast bar the next morning was delicious; eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy, hash browns, sausage patties, cinnamon rolls, muffins, bagels, waffles, fruit cocktail, grits, oatmeal, cereal...anyway you get the idea!! The lady who was over the breakfast was wonderful--so friendly & accommodating. A truly wonderful place to stay!!!!

« Great- clean- pleasant »

Comfy beds with lots of pillows. Room and bathroom were Extra clean. Convenient location, two miles from national park and heart of historic district. For an older motel they have really taken care of this property and updated as needed. Breakfast was the usual, eggs, biscuits, cereal. Would like to have seen some fruit.

« Clean and conventient »

Stayed one night. This hotel seems to have been renovated and our room was very clean and fresh. The upstairs room are a little bit cheaper than downstairs rooms. Our room was in the middle of the complex and was very quiet. The hotel is on Central Ave, Hwy 7, across from Oaklawn horeserace track and casino. You also get coupons for the casino for $10 free play. A hot breakfast is included - scrambled eggs, saussage patties, fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy, pastries, hot and cold cereals and the usual juices and coffee. Come out of the hotel and trun left about a mile and you come to Bathouse Row, part of the National Parks. Hwy 7 is a main road thru town so you have all the typical fast food places. This is very conventient to the downtown area and park drives and Lake Hamilton. We would certainly stay here again.

« It was nice. »

The beds were comfy, the staff was amazing, the breakfast was good and plentiful, and the room was clean. The only problem I had was I think they need to add a couple more king size bed rooms. We had to stay in a double because of the lack of the king size bed rooms. Other than that our stay was nice.

I reserved 12 rooms for our motorcycle group this October on our fall foliage ride through Arkansas. The girls at the front desk were expecting us and promptly checked us in and gave us each a nice microfiber towel to clean our windshields. They also allowed us to hold a meeting in their spacious breakfast room that night. Their breakfast the next morning was perfect for us with waffles, fruit, sausage, eggs, biscuits, and hot cinnamon rolls. The ladies even served us the waffles to keep the machines full. « You CAN Go Home Again »

After our first stay here in early 2015, we made a point of stopping again last month on our way home from Tx. This BW is an oldie, but a very goodie. Reasonably priced and located just across the street from Oak Lawn Racetrack. Facility remains clean and well-maintained. Most importantly, our breakfast was super due to the very friendly welcome offered by the server. Super gal who made the simple meal special. Hope to be back here again.

« Bring your own plunger »

We selected this hotel because it was very convenient for a family event we were travelling to, and generally had good experiences at Best Western Motels; since the reviews were generally positive, we pre-booked and paid for a 2 night stay. We arrived and checked in around 6:00; the room seemed fine, so my wife and I stored our things and left to meet some family for dinner. We returned to the hotel at around 11:15 or so, and noticed that the toilet had over flowed! We did use the toilet before we left, but it seemed to function fine then; we were worried that someone had come into our room and used the bathroom, but since nothing seemed to be missing, we concluded that something else must have happened. My wife called the front desk, and was told to 'send your husband to the desk to pick up a plunger, since no one is available to come to the room'!!! My wife hung up the phone, and while we were pondering this, the phone rang again; it was the desk saying that they did not have a plunger after all, but someone could come out in the morning to correct the problem. At this point, my wife and I packed our things and went to the front desk to ask for a manager. When we arrived at the desk, the clerk told us no manager was available, their was no other room available, and there was no one that could fix the problem until the morning. We informed the clerk we were checking out and wanted our money refunded. At this point, the clerk remembered how to call a manager (or someone she claimed was a manager). After going back and forth with the 'manager' through the clerk (the clerk did not offer to give us the phone to talk to the person on the other end), it seemed that the two were implying that we had caused the toilet to overflow (I don't really see how that should make a difference anyway, since the room should have been fixed and cleaned no matter how it became that way). My wife and I left, and I informed the clerk that we would be disputing the charge. We could not find another room in Hot Springs, so had to travel to Arkadelphia to find a place to stay the rest of the night. In fairness, the hotel did refund our money for the second night. When we got the report from the credit card company about our dispute, the manager apparently claimed that we had never made any sort of complaint and that we had stayed the entire night (we have a credit card receipt to prove we did not). Also in the interest of full disclosure, the credit card company disapproved our dispute, claiming that since we were in the room for 15 minutes, there was nothing they could do and we had to pay for the entire night (apparently the condition of the room and the failure of the staff to respond to a complaint is irrelevant). I attempted to contact the manager, but got no response to my call. I have also opened a complaint with Best Western. If you choose to stay here, you will probably have a very satisfactory stay; just hope nothing goes wrong with your room... you may want to bring your own plumber's helper)

« Very satisfied so far »

Just spent first of 3 nights here. The bed and pillows were awesome. Was great to head into a long day with a wonderful breakfast on board. Definitely have to say that was just about the best continental breakfast setup I have experienced. They offer just about anything your heart could desire for breakfast.
