Best Western Hope

Breakfast was great. Room was a little smelly. The carpet had a urine smell. It was clean enough but needed carpet replaced or deeply cleaned. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Plug in's were very loose also

stained sheets. live fleas in bed ew. very loud highway noise. breakfast was good and staff was very friendly. room was nasty. crusted bar if previous guest used soap with hair in it stuck to inside of shower curtain. gross!

This is my 2nd time to stay at this Best Western and on either trip they did not disappoint. If ever in Hope, or the surrounding area I will definitely stay at this hotel. It was the best stay in any hotel I have experienced in my 50 years of travel both personal and for business.

Best Hotel ever and pet friendly. The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. The breakfast room was the bomb and Ms. Brenda is the best host ever! The room was clean, bed was very comfortable, the location was quiet and the shower head was awesome!! I highly recommend this hotel!

Simple motel style older complex. Very clean and convenient. Outstanding water pressure for the shower and very comfortable bed, two critical personal requirements. Ask for a ground floor room otherwise you will be humping your stuff up the stairs.

It was a quick stay but pool location was directly in front made it a little uncomfortable. Breakfast service by the lady was the best experience and very good. The room was uncomfortable and had flies and very muggy

Hotel desperately needs updated or demolished. It still has smoking rooms! That's what leads me to the first part of my issues with this place; I made a reservation online using TripAdvisors link and I thought I was calling the hotel directly. Instead it was a reservation service and I asked to book a room at BW in Hope, Arkansas because it was late and my husband and I were exhausted but there were no rooms in Texarkana. I was told by another hotel in Hope that I called that BW had rooms available, some smoking and some not. So when I called the reservation number I SPECIFICALLY told them I HAD to have non-smoking only since I'm very allergic. They said that yes a NS room was available then they said the room would be $149. Then they began piling fee upon fee until the total reached over $200. Desperate for a place to lay my head at 9:00 I agreed. Twenty minutes later we arrived at the hotel only to be told that our room was a smoking one. I told them that I specifically asked for a NON smoking room and can't tolerate the smoke odor. They apologized and said they'd sold out of the non smoking rooms a couple hours ago and they had nothing left. They also told me that the reservation/booking place is through EXPEDIA, not them , so there is nothing they can do to give me a discount or any compensation. I had to go out and get allergy medicine before returning to the room. When I got there, it reeked of smoke, there are dead bugs on the floor, no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom and the tv remote didn't work. All for the tidy sum of over $200. I tried contacting Expedia and they told me to call a customer complaint number, which turned out to be that reservation place. I was on the phone with them for a long time and ended up having to ask to talk to her supervisor. They told me my problem was with the hotel and not them. I told them that THEY sold me something they didn't have to sell. I will be contacting my credit card company to stop payment. I want to warn others not to use Expedia because they shift the reservations to other sites and don't even answer their own complaints. I want to warn people not to use that reservation place because they offer rooms that do not exist. And finally I want people to know the condition of the actual hotel itself: dirty, dead bugs, no amenities in the room and still has smoking rooms (which I didn't even realize existed in 2023). Beyond disappointed and disgusted in Expedia and Best Western.

Room had 2 queens, bench for luggage as well as folding rack, table and 2 chairs AND a desk and chair. Plenty of electric outlets in lamps, but a couple were pretty loose -- need replacing. The bed height was a little high -- difficult for older guests. Breakfast was AMAZING -- great selection of so many things including 5 toppings for waffles/pancakes. Omelets, sausage, eggs, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit. Tammie -- who runs the breakfast area takes great pride in her work. Area is very clean and food is hot and fresh. Great personal service from her.

James was incredibly kind and welcoming at check in. The room was clean and had plenty of space. There was a great grassy place for our 2 pups to walk! The breakfast outshined any hotel breakfast we have had in years! Brenda served up a huge array of hot and cold food that was delicious! She kept the area spotless and treated us like her guests! AMAZING!!! We will stay at this hotel anytime we are through the area!!!!

The outside of this hotel is very worn and unfortunately next to an abandoned building. But the staff were extremely friendly, the room was clean and had been renovated. The breakfast was nicely presented and had several choices.

Don't be fooled by some of the good reviews - the Best Western Hope Arkansas is not an option for you. The gentleman who checked me in was pleasant enough, but that is where the positives end. The exterior of the motel needs some upkeep. My room was located in the back. My view was highlighted by an overflowing dumpster surrounded by a pile of empty paper boxes. What a vista! As I walked my dog Bernie around the “grounds” of the motel I found that across the parking lot was a burned out former restaurant and “gift shop” with yet another pile of garbage. Then, Bernie and I were, how can I describe it? I guess we were chased a bit by a loose mystery dog. I don't know what his deal was, and I didn't want to find out. Back to the room. The room was ok. It was relatively clean. I only saw two large black beetle looking bugs crawling on the floor and in the bathroom. The bed was plenty comfy. The heater was quite loud. The room could use a coat of paint and some attention paid to dents and dings. There was a small table and chair. The table had a bible laying open. There was also a cardboard note on the bed welcoming me with bible verses. As far as Hope Arkansas goes, it was looking rather rough. I told my husband that it appeared the main business in town was likely the manufacturing of Meth. It was uncomfortable. I understand that some towns are a bit run down, but Hope just seemed creepy. I could not find a restaurant that I felt comfortable visiting, so I finally opted to drive 30+ miles to Texarkana where I easily found a safe and comfortable restaurant. Back to Hope afterwards unfortunately. I slept and got up and left. I didn't go to breakfast so I cannot comment on that. I was surprised that this was a Best Western. “Best” should not be associated at all with this motel. Also, I would have thought that a Best Western would be a bit nicer than this. I stay at a lot of motels in my travels. I always have my very large Great Shepherd named Bernie with me. Pi rarely stay at Best Westerns - but it was a pet friendly option this time. I might not opt for a Best Western in the future. Also, I will never again set foot in Hope Arkansas. Sorry President Clinton — your home town is a bit past it's prime.

This Best Western is very accommodating with service and location. We have stayed here several times and never have had a problem. The breakfast that is provided is very good and the breakfast lady is very nice.

work needs to be done on rooms, we had very tired looking suite, woodwork not clean, old furniture, slow draining shower/toilet/sink....probably won't use again...20000 points for room too much....upstairs room no elevator...steps/tile surface poor condition...extremely slippery when wet...transport trucks parked right very close to rooms, some left running...breakfast room was good and staff friendly

Basic motel, but it had everything you need. It was clean and quiet. The staff worked hard to make it a good experience. There aren't a lot of options in Hope - a very sweet town. I was there to visit the Clinton birthplace.

After a very long day of traveling, we pulled into the Best Western in Hope. Unbelievable compared to other hotels!!!! Extremely clean. James was the most pleasant man. So helpful. We get to our ground floor king room and BOOM. Cleanliness personified!! The bed was a floating dream, so comfortable. Everything was fresh smelling. Slept like a log! Breakfast in the morning is a separate building attended by a caring attentive lady. Ready to meet our every need. Food was hot, delicious and once again everything was clean clean clean!!! I wish I could give them TEN STARS!!!!

From the easy check in, with complete info on everything from password for Wi-Fi, ice machines, and breakfast in the am. The bed mattress was outstanding among comparisons to other hotels, no sag, no lumps great sleep. Bath towels were great size, bath was clean and so was room. Breakfast was great next am, clean, friendly help, good selection of food , not just donuts and coffee Will stay here again

Room was clean and comfortable. Access room from outside. Parking right outside the door for most. We were in a uhaul so had to park towards the back. Breakfast was one of the best tasting we have had for a hotel buffet breakfast. But what I appreciated the most was the open Bible on the table.

We had a great experience staying at Best Western Hope. The staff is incredibly helpful, and the amenities are great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for long term corporate travel. Love the staff at this hotel; they are extremely kind, and it made a huge difference.

Everything was very clean and the staff were very friendly and hospitable. Only negative was overpowering odor of a cleaner or disinfectant. Maybe it had just been used right before check-in and too liberally.

Booked King Room with sleeper sofa. They don't even have sleeper sofas. But on the website they listed King Rooms and King Rooms with sleeper sofas at 2 different prices. People on second floor right above us were smoking on balcony and kept flicking cigarettes on our vehicle and around people on the ground. So many bugs in the room. Disgusting!! The peep hole had no lense on it. Someone had just shoved a straw wrapper in the hole to clog the hole.

We travel to and from Texas multiple times a year, and have for years. This hotel is our routine stop at least one way. Clean, comfortable and always trustworthy. This breakfast was really terrific. Love it!!

Service from the guy that checked us in was great. Friendly, informative and helpful. He really likes his job. Helpful with information about the area and all resturants near the hotel. Hot breakfast was good and all employees were friendly.

My dog and I spent one night and it was a quiet nice stay, nothing bothered my dog to make him bark The breakfast the next morning was really good a very good selection of food to choose from…the cheese and peppers omelette were excellent!

Clean, comfortable rooms with a great breakfast! Great working TV, clean shower, microwave and refrigerator. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Easy to access room and low pet fee makes this an obvious choice!

Very clean and comfortable. Great location just off I-30 and across the road from a shopping center. Staff was very friendly and the lady, I forget her name, who runs the kitchen for breakfast is fantastic. Would stay here again if I travel this route again.

Easy on/ easy off interstate; close to restaurants and Wal-Mart; very courteous and helpful staff; great hot buffet breakfast; at first was not sure about the outside entrance to room, but that was dispelled as it was raining and we were able to back up to our room entrance. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious. Cost was a bit more than we were used to as the night before in another location the rate was 30% less.

The staff was very friendly. Is it the rooms were clean is clean and very relaxing.. And the free breakfast was good they had something that everyone liked in my family. I would definitely stay there again.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Park right in front of your room, well lite, and super friendly staff. The breakfast room offers quite a variety of food. Actually one of the best I have seen in a long time. There was not too much noise considering it is right off the interstate.

This is an older motel but his has all thatis need and is up to date. Kinda like parking directly in front of room and unloading car. We had a handicap room and it had a roll in shower as well as a shower chair.

I recently stayed at this hotel to evacuate from hurricane Ida. I was unfamiliar with the area but I chose this hotel based on other good reviews and that they allow pets. I am so happy I stayed here. The hotel is nice and the staff was amazing! Everyone from the front desk, breakfast area, as well as housekeeping and maintenance were very accommodating to me and my family during our stay. They even had dinners provided for storm evacuees. They really showed true hospitality! The rooms were very spacious and clean. The hotel is conveniently located next to a Walmart which allowed us to get much needed supplies to bring home. We were also near the Texarkana area which had alot of activities and restaurants. I will certainly return to this hotel if ever in this area in the future. Thank you Best Western of Hope!

This is an old building but don't let that scare you. The rooms are clean and modernized - at least my room was. The people that work there, without exception, are courteous and anxious to please. Very nice. Breakfast is in side building and it is awesome! Biscuits & gravy, waffles, egg omelets, juices, the whole thing! Btw, beds are SO comfortable!

We stayed for one night in late July 2021. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The toilet and shower room is very small. Sink is just outside the bathroom. Internet was good. We enjoyed playing in the warm pool in the evening. The breakfast was EXCELLENT and there was enough sitting area. Many good options and the food was good. All the staff at Best Western were really nice and friendly. Everyone seemed happy to be there.

For a quick get away, it was good. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, staff was very friendly. Area is a little down but so was the small town. Pool was open and people were utilizing it. Location is easy to find. It was close to a Walmart and convenient store, there were businesses staying there as well as other traveling. Staff is very friendly, tv in the restaurant wasn't working, and was said to have had some issues with getting channels. Other than that it was pleasant.

This place is well run and well staffed. Stayed 3 nights with no complaints and much praise. The only thing I can think of to complain about is the traffic light by the Wal-Mart takes to long.(that light is the access to the hotel road)

What a great stay! Starting with easy on-off the I-30, plenty of truck parking and Jennifer to greet you and go above & beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. Our room was large, spotless, very quiet & well appointed. Every amenity you'd need, great bedding & linens....and then, the shower! We've been working & driving all through Texas for 2 weeks & every hotel has had soft water with little pressure...but here..it was like a "Silkwood" shower experience...Amazing. After you have a soundless sleep..pop over to the Breakfast Building and be ready to be again, greeted by the kindest woman ( wish I'd gotten her name)..who treats you as if you're entering her home! There's an abundance available from fresh fruit to biscuits, waffles, sausage gravy, eggs ( cooked and hard-boiled) ...and everything in between. I'm gonna sound like a broken record but...the room was spotless! The small trash can for empty sugar packets, spoons..etc..was even clean, I felt bad putting my coffee stirrer in it. All of this for an incredible nightly rate. The landscaping with flowers at every turn is beautiful & gives you a lush getaway feeling. What a great place. I'm hoping we come through here again, thanks for an amazing stay!

I was on the road for almost 12 hours, when I decided to stop in Hope for the night. I'm glad I stopped at this Best Western. It's not a new hotel, with exterior rooms, but the property was clean, well lit and not far from I-30. James at the front desk was friendly, and answered all my questions. He took the time to offer several room locations, and pointed out on the map where the rooms were located, so I could find my way around. James also mentioned the breakfast options that would be available in the morning, (biscuits, gravy, all the good stuff you'd want). I was in room 219, upstairs. The room was clean, with a king size bed, and equipped with a microwave, and fridge. The bathroom was spotless. My only issue was with guests in an adjoining room that were loud talkers and door slammers at 6 o'clock in the morning. I had a great night sleep in a clean, comfortable room. If my road trips find me coming through Hope again, I'd definitely choose this Best Western again.

Everything was great at this location. I'm writing this review to specifically mention that this hotel has a full breakfast including gluten free options and also they have almond milk. The breakfast attendant was very helpful and kind. As someone who is on a restricted diet I appreciate this so much! As far as the room the water pressure and temp in the shower were great, beds soft but not too soft. Staff was all very friendly. Would definitely stay again!

This is a fantastic place to stay. Excellent service. Clean room. Incredibly hot and powerful shower which felt so good after a long hard day of traveling. Great hot breakfast in the morning. The bed was comfortable. The only issue was the internet password was difficult to read and connect to but I did fine without it

We were a little wary of the motel vs. hotel, but the staff was super friendly, rooms nicely furnished with white linens and new furniture. My daughter said the wifi supported conference calls. We were conveniently located across the intersection from Walmart and a surprisingly pleasing restaurant called Dos Gringos. In a dry county, Dos Gringos offered wine and beer as well as a tilapia entrée with a veggie side (substituted from the frijoles and rice.) Very nice wait staff. The cherry on top was the delicious hot breakfast back at the hotel--fruit, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, eggs, tea, juice, coffee, on and on. Great way to start and end a long travel day. I would actually plan to stop here just to enjoy this stay again.

Winter storm of 2021 was an adventure for me leaving Houston and trying to travel north. After many hours of 30 mph traffic I ended up in Hope. I drove through snow drifts. Everything about this place is true Southern Hospitality. Just can't say enough. If you went through the storms of the 15th-20th of February, you will understand.

The service is very fast, breakfast was great and always attentive. Very relaxing stay and quiet! I would definitely recommend a stay here. The rooms were clean and the breakfast service starts early. Checkout was fast and very attentive.

Check in was easy. We had booked a double room, thinking we would have 3 people in our party. When the front desk clerk saw there were only two of us, he offered us a king room and reduced our rate without our having to ask. Awesome!! Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water for a nice shower, and the room was amazing quiet. No complaints at all. I am a little OCD (a LOT according to my fiancé) and I just can't figure out why people can't spackle over stuff in the walls when they're renovating. I can do a better job and I'm a girl! Ok... the very BEST thing about our stay was the HUGE breakfast!!! They have EVERYTHING...biscuits, sausage, gravy, waffles, bagels, cereals, yogurt....it was amazing! Mrs. Brenda served us with a smile and a sweet visit. Now, there is an old deteriorating restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Don't let that scare you. It's totally separate. Oh, and the Walmart is right across the road in case you need anything. I'd definitely stay here again!

Not your big name, huge room hotel but surprisingly quiet with comfortable beds and clean enough. I have to give a 3 because I lost a ring and had to move the bed and found it somewhat neglected. But, under ordinarily circumstances I would not have known that. The room was satisfactory for a decent night's sleep. They did still offer a breakfast that you could eat there or carry out. Most restaurants are not doing that with the pandemic.

A very good value stay. We have stayed here before and will definitely book it again in the future. Pet friendly and has the option for adjoining rooms which was nice when traveling with family. Nice place.

My stay was wonderful. From easy check in to accommodating me to first floor with no hesitation which is rare in some other places was awesome. Housekeeping staff were nice and helpful and kept the room cleaned. Breakfast was good and my stay enjoyable. I will be back again!

We came in very late due to my hotel reservation with hotels.com for a hotel in Texarkana NOT being guaranteed after all. Jean (front desk) was probably the nicest human being I've met in a long time. She guaranteed us a downstairs room with a king bed. Went inside to check in with my AAA card and she had already given us a discount. Got into the room and it was very nice and clean and we received a call from her asking if everything was great. Exceptional customer service, very nice and comfy room, and good location..will definitely be back when we come thru again. Walmart is across the street and the tv has a ton of Channels.

This place charges like a hotel but they're more like a motel. They do have a nice appearance with friendly staff, but if they are going to allow dogs, please be able to eliminate the smell. And don't have guests smoking in non smoking room

The location was ideal for the time that I need to stop for the day. The pleasant receptionist was very helpful and informative about conditions and the availability of a breakfast meal. The ease of check out made the stay a lot easier to deal with.

Great property. Nice people. Beauty rest bed very comfortable--much better than the standard issue bed at a property at this price point. This hotel is now on my goto list for stays on the I30 corridor.

How can you not love a place where you are welcomed by smiles and cookies, can enjoy a king sized bed that is comfortable, and where breakfast includes a wide range of food options? We stopped here on our way through AR and are thankful we did. The bed was firm enough not to leave us with back pain and soft enough that it was hard to leave in the morning. Breakfast was super, with hard boiled eggs, cheese omelet, fried hashed browns, two kinds of sausages, biscuits, toast, gravy, several kinds of yogurt, oatmeal, waffles with a wide variety of toppings—and more. We honestly had trouble choosing. The room was quiet and clean, and everyone from maid to the twin sisters smiled and exuded peace. We checked out and took two cookies for the road—sweet lemon treats:) Water pressure was fine, but not excellent—ergo, four stars and not five. Stay here. You won't regret it!!

We've stayed here before, but it's been a while because we've been taking the Northern route to Arizona from Nashville. Ms. Brenda at the front desk is very nice. Her twin, Ms Linda, took very good care of the breakfast area and the food was hit and fresh. I had to get a mobility room due to being on a knee crutch. It was clean and worked out great for us and the dog.

I always try to stay at a Best Western property. They are always clean, the breakfast is good and the staff are friendly. This was my first stay at this location and I was not disappointed! Linda was at the check desk and she was very pleasant! The room was clean and comfortable.

Easy access, friendly service, good breakfast - great value for the money. Our family , including 4legged ones , enjoyed a good nights rest. Thanks to the reservation person for automatically changing us from 2nd floor to first floor when one became available !

This was a stop on the way home from Branson. Staff is wonderful, breakfast was great. Beds are comfy. Could use some renovations. AC filter needed cleaning or replacing, felt the room needed a bit of a facelift but overall, it met my needs. Would stay there again.

Breakfast was the only good thing about the stay. Room was stinky from mildew. There was cat food in the garbage on our check in. My dogs spent all night sniffing the whole room. None of us slept well.

This is a good hotel which I stay at, whenever coming through this area of Arkansas. The room is clean, new and very comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, and good breakfast service with the best homemade biscuits! The staff is professional and efficient on checkin and checkout. Recommend this spot for a comfortable stay.

The service was good. Everyone was friendly and nice. The room was nice and clean. The location was great, easy to get to and just off the interstate. The breakfast had a lot of options and was good. The lady doing breakfast was super nice and friendly.

This is one of those old hotels where the rooms exit to the parking lot. But the minute you enter the parking lot, you can see someone is taking good care of this property. The room was recently redone and comfortable. Why they didn't extend the sink counter all the way across the wall is a mystery to me. It was so comfortable, but needed that extra foot of counter space. The breakfast area is across the lot, new, bright and lovely. I am attaching the greeting in our room. It is so nice that I kept it.

Located just off highway, but far enough to be quiet. Our room was clean, quiet & comfortable. Breakfast is far above average hotel breakfast. Person at check in & out & the lady at breakfast room were very nice. Stayed here 4 years ago & will stay here again if back in that area.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Needs some new carpet but otherwise room was clean. Close to fast food or restaurants. Directly across from a walmart. Easy off and on interstate. Staff was wonderful and very friendly.

Important to us were truck parking, pet friendly, and breakfast. This Best Western excels on all counts! Plenty of parking, including truck parking, and while there is a minor charge for pets, they were welcome. And their breakfast is very well done, with plenty of choices, in a nice stand-alone building. Despite a great facility, it's often the employees that can make or break a stay. In our case, we arrived around 8:30pm, and the front desk person showed us menu's for local restaurants. Since most restaurants in Hope close at 9pm, she called the closest restaurant to confirm that they'd stay open while we dashed over for a take out order. We appreciated her help. The person running the breakfast was very welcoming, too. Without hesitation, we'd stay here again, and would recommend it.

Outstanding property! This hotel is exceptionally well maintained with a super friendly staff from the front desk, breakfast attendant and housekeeping. Gigantic semi truck/trailer parking lot next to the hotel that can accommodate a couple of dozen trucks with exceptionally easy access to I-30. Terrific breakfast, DIRECT TV and fast reliable wi-fi. Cannot oversell this Best Western and I highly recommend it.

This hotel's good points are the clean, well stocked breakfast bar, the nice check-in clerk, and the comfortable bed. The lobby is small but has hot drinks and fresh apples. The rooms open to the outside. The negatives are the loud A/C unit and the stained carpet. Okay for a one night stay but bring good ear plugs.

Had a nice one night stay here on business. Property is an older style building with outdoor rooms. Other than the age of building it isn't a bad location. I would probably consider this property again if traveling through.

We are so glad that we made the choice to stay at Best Western in Hope, AR! Every staff member was friendly and helpful! The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was on the smaller side, but the shower had good water pressure. The continental breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again!

We had no issues with the staff or the room during our stay. The breakfast was great and even kid friendly. The staff was freindly and quick. The room was pretty clean - had a little wet smell but was not too bad. Good place to stay.

I was here on a one-day business trip and this looked like the best option on the web. However, once you get there, it is a different story. The front lobby is fine and the staff are very friendly and helpful, but the rooms are dark, out-dated, and my room smelled like wet towels. When I would walk onto the tile from the carpeted area, I actually could feel the wetness on my feet. I don't know if they had been flooded or this is just what to expect in this area, but it was not pleasant. The bed was great and overall, the location was good (close to a highway exit), but the rooms are not good. Also, there is no elevator, so if I had been able to stay on the 2nd floor, my carpet might have been drier. I'll pass next time.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional! Very friendly and helpful! The hotel itself is in dire need of renovations but besides that, we enjoyed our stay! Trucks were kinda loud going in and out right beside the hotel but we managed!!!

There was hair on the bathroom floor left over from previous guest. Other than that the room was clean. Durning the early morning hours I could hear the maid pushing the laundry buggy past our door and it woke me up. I will remember to stay next time at a hotel that has interior hallways. The front desk staff were very nice.

My husband and I just finished a 12-day road trip. Most of the nights we stayed at Best Western Hotels. Most of the hotels were excellent as we expected. However, this one stood out among the rest. Donald, at the front desk, was wonderfully cheery and helpful. I was pleased to find out that the water in the pool was in the low-mid 80 degree range unlike another BW pool that was kept at 78 degrees which was simply too cold for people to swim in. We had a great sleep and breakfast and hope to return soon.

Acommodations were excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby. Hot breakfast was excellent..many choices, fresh food and a friendly gal serving ...and left full and ready to head home to Iowa.

This is a sweet little Best Western. I've stayed there before and been completely happy. This time I requested a room with a roll-in shower because I thought it would be better for me to have extra grab bars (I'm recovering from foot surgery). This shower was clearly installed in just the space previously occupied by a standard bathtub. The diverter between the two shower heads was so high that I nearly couldn't reach it while standing (I'm 5'8") and the lower shower head in its lowest position was high enough for me to take a standing shower. The shower floor appears textured but it felt slick to my feet and the stick-on traction strips were too far apart. The ramp up to the shower was also slick when wet. The shower curtain didn't keep water in, so I had a huge puddle to deal with when I got out of the shower. If you really need a roll-in shower, go to a different hotel. If you just want a hassle-free shower, don't take a room with the roll-in shower. In every other way I like this hotel but this one particular thing is a problem.

Stopped in for the night on the way to Texas. The woman that checked us in was new but nice. About 5 minutes to 12 my wife was reading as I was sleeping and yelled when she saw bugs crawling on the bed. We both jumped up turning on lights and there were a lot of bugs on the bed and pillows. Called the night desk and the clerk came down and confirmed what we had seen. Promptly moved us to another room. We didn't sleep much since the room she moved us to was right beside the buggy one. In the morning she said she could only give me a little discount since her manager couldn't be reached. I thought I shouldn't have been charged at all. Needles to say I won't be staying at anymore Best Westerns, especially in Hope, Arkansas!!

The bed was very comfortable and had a good night sleep. The linen on the bed was above average. The bath towels were soft and of standard size. The morning breakfast was of better quality with a good selection of food. Only complaints were that the tub was very slow to drain so you stand in water while showering. Also there was trash still in the room in one container.

With a very easy on/off, this hotel is perfect for an overnight. The room was very clean, the beds are comfortable and it was quite quiet and peaceful. There are two floors ( no elevator ) however, with parking in front of your door, the stairs are quite convenient. The breakfast ( in a separate building )was the standard hotel fare, fulfilling and tasty. All in all, an excellent night's rest.

I have stayed in many hotels and motels. Some very nice and some not so nice. The thing one needs to remember is that reviews are all relative. Relative that is, to ones own taste and idea of nice and clean. So being one that had stayed in Ritz Carlton's and one who has stayed in Super 8s you have to lower your expectations a bit when it comes to a motor lodge on the side of the highway in a small town. By lower I don't mean in terms of safety and cleanliness but in amenities. So. That being said, let me review this lovely Best Western. Was it old? Yes. Was it previously some other brand of motor lodge? Most likely. Does it look like it was recently remodeled? Yes. Did it most likely come under new ownership in the last couple of years? Most likely. Exterior of the building looks old. But it's been textured and painted. Lovely landscaping. Well kept. Very nice lobby. Sweet people. Great rates for veterans. Second floor room. Had new carpet. New furniture. Cute arm chair. Nice TV. Very clean. Even the remote was in a bag that was labeled. Fresh remote. The A/C was quiet. The room did have a strange odor but we think it was the air conditioner or the filter. Sheets were a little scratchy but that is really our only complaint. I feel like I'm looking for something because everything else was so nice. There was a really sweet bed prayer sitting on the bed with a warm welcome and prayers for save travels. See pictures for full prayer. So thoughtful. I've never seen anything like that ever. The breakfast was delicious. Coffee great. Well worth it! Next trip across the country I will plan my stops around staying here for an overnight!

Last night of our TX trip and we stopped here for the night. The room was great, comfortable bed, nice staff and nearby eating places. It has a pool and that was nice. Breakfast was detached for the hotel but just next door and the food was excellent.

I had a late check in. The front desk was very helpful and extremely friendly. I was pleased with the room amenities and the bed was just perfect after a long day's travel. I loved the tub/shower combination. The hot (was hot not lukewarm) water was relaxing. The room smelled fresh and it was remarkably clean. I had a great stay. Oh, breakfast was tasty and there was a variety of breakfast items.

I stayed here three nights and there was no issues. My room was clean, the internet works great, the TV works great. When I needed something there was always someone to help me. Checking in was fast and easy and so was checking out.

We chose this property because of the TA reviews and were happy with our stay. Our room was comfortable, very clean, and well kept. Breakfast was good and the staff was especially nice. A good choice and great value when traveling through Hope!

Altho this hotel appears a little older, the cleanliness AND thoughtfulness for my stay in my room was wonderful. The little note left on the table; the open Bible turned to Psalms - all impressive. I rarely stay at BW but if this is common to the chain, I will be looking forward to the next visit.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that this outdoor entrance hotel had rooms every bit as nice as indoor ones. It was clean (my number one requirement - I checked bathroom and sheets first thing), nicely decorated and equipped with all amenities (coffee, fridge, microwave). Besides a desk, there was even a very pretty and comfortable chair with a table for reading, etc. There was a super nice upholstered bench for luggage in addition to the luggage rack. I have stayed in Hiltons most of my life, but I was so Happy with this Best Western that I'll always be staying here when I pass through Hope. You get as much as you'd get with a more expensive hotel but for a reasonable cost. Also, it's pet friendly!

This property is older but is very well maintained. The rooms open to the outside but the property is very clean. The lobby has hot water, coffee, hot chocolate and cookies available at check-in. I consider this property to be a great value. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is an older property with motel style rooms with outside stairways to second floor rather than a tower style hotel. The room had standard items one expects but the bedding smelled of smoke even though we had requested a nonsmoking room.

Just stayed one night on way to Dallas. Room was clean, front desk friendly, and breakfast offered more than normal. An additional plus was they were dog friendly for an extra $10. Would stay there again!

A nice, clean, no-frills motel situated right off Interstate 40. Very reasonably priced and a great value. This Best Western property is a throw back to the days off pulling right up to your room. A very nice outdoor pool as well for when the weather is right.

In my experience, this one is rare. No issues with rooms, check-in, check-out. And the breakfast is excellent! I was supposed to stay one night, but because of problems with my project I ended up checking in and out each day for four nights in a row. I had no problems with any of the four rooms I stayed in, and the staff is friendly and caring. They've got it right in Hope.

Everything worked in the room, it was updated and very clean. Internet was 19mb with no issues. Older property though with doors that open outside. The rooms had new furniture, carpet and fixtures. Very easy to reach from the interstate but I didn't hear road noise. I'd stay at this location again.

The hotel and property were very clean, the room decor was updated, clean, with updated amenities. We requested a pet friendly room, which we received. If other pets had stayed there, it was not in evidence. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices from fruit, waffles, eggs, oatmeal... and the lady who was cooking was so sweet and joyful. She gave us hint of where to have dinner and other things we could do on our stay.

This was an older hotel, but is was clean. The staff was friendly from start to finish! My only concern was the low toilet. For me it was like sitting on the floor. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay. I would go back.

Needed a smoke-free, pet-free room due to severe allergies. So happy we stayed here. Almost half the price of our favorite chain and first time at a Best Western and I was pleasantly surprised. It had all the amenities of more expensive Hotels. Close to the highway but did not hear road noise through door or windows. Read reviews that another customers dog heard traffic noise and barked at it... but dogs have better hearing than humans. I'm a light sleeper and slept well and comfortably. The guy at hotel next door was rude to me so I came here instead and even though it was nearly midnight, the lady who helped us at check-in was so kind and helpful. Very clean room and new furnishings. Breakfast the next morning was amazing for “free”: sausage patties & links, eggs, biscuits & gravy, muffins, waffles, fresh fruit, coffee, juice, etc. Everything nice and clean. This hotel, like many in the South, does have outside entry instead of inside entry... but we felt safe and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Best Western.

Stopped in here late at night during my travels. Very reasonable price and great room and staff. The room was very clean (cleanest I've ever had probably for a smoking room) bed was comfy. Breakfast room was clean and food was good, attendant there very sweet and helpful. I will be using this as my motel to stop at in future travels between Nashville and Houston when needed. Also, has plenty of truck (and other large vehicle) parking.

I give the owners of this property credit for trying. Their hospitality was great. Our room was clean. The hot breakfast was solid and welcoming. The property, however, is sorely in need of a refresh. We stayed here because the property allows pets (for a $10 fee+taxes). Our little yorkie heard every noise inside and out, making for a long night. The ac/heater was quite loud and shakes the room when it kicks on. The bathroom vent sounds like (in the words of my daughter) a Star Wars X-wing in battle. This motel is in a loud area with lots of trucks going in and out all night and a dance club pounding bass until the wee hours. The motel management can't do much about some of this, but this something to consider before booking here.

Traveling for the holidays, this hotel made our travel easier by providing a comfortable stay and a great breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was hot, coffee brewed fresh, and the start to our morning got off on the right foot. This is our second time staying here and look forward to another stay in the future.

Room was spacious and very quiet. Bed could use a little TLC as it was very firm. Easy to find as it is right off the interstate and shopping was very close. The breakfast was akin to a continental style with scrambled eggs, cheese omelette, sausage, biscuits and gravy and the usual continental style of condiments.

I hope this hotel stays at least as nice as it was just before Thanksgiving, 2017. Absolutely everyone we met or interacted with over the phone understood the term customer service. Many seemed to actually enjoy their jobs. The facility was clean and affordable. The included breakfast had more than adequate variety and was presented in a clean location where someone actually was right there and did clean up any spills around the buffet and on the tables. I absolutely love this hotel. It had great amenities, great breakfast, helpful staff. The rooms were spacious and well appointed with frig and microwave. Best of all the hotel is pet friendly with a large clean grassy area where you can walk your dog. I had no idea when I pulled in how nice that it would be, I was very tired and traveling. The front desk and breakfast staff were wonderful.

Usual stay at the property on our way across the country, selected because of easy on and off interstate. Wal-Mart store across the street, and plenty of good places to eat. Hotel is always clean and quite, staff is friendly, and breakfast is always Ok They also accept pets and there pet fee is reasonable 10.00.

I don't usually have perfect experiences with hotels and motels but this one was smooth. Conveniently located by the freeway and close to a Walmart and restaurants. Room was clean, AC was ice cold and refrigerator had a decent size freezer compartment. Htoel desk person was polite and courteous which sounded more on the genuine side than the usual "I have to do it because it's corporate policy " tone. I'd stay there again if I ever pass through.

I've been staying here on and off for over a year now. The staff is always nice and polite. Its like my second home. Never a single issue in more than 150 nights here. The staff here need to train other hotel staff on how to do everything.

Best Western of Hope Arkansas was affordable and clean and did their best to make an unexpected trip more tolerable. We had an emergency in the family and having to make reservations at the last minute helped out tremendously.

I had two rooms for four of us and everything was great and as we expected it to be. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. The rooms were large and comfortable and affordable.Breakfast is like going to a restaurant and is very tasty. We will stay here again without question. We got stuck in traffic and was running late, the rooms were held for us without question.

I stay at this hotel twice a year always a great place to stay highly recommend. The staff is awesome. The rooms are clean. Breakfast has something for everyone. Personally I am low carb and gluten free the eggs and sausage are great.

This hotel offers friendly service, snacks as you arrive, trouble-free internet, and a good breakfast. For the price, it is a steal. The hotel is small, but also seems to attract truckers. Our neighbors were mindful not to make excessive noise.

Was cheap price hotel . my main problem was walking to the bathroom you can feel nails sticking out of the carpet and live and dead Beatles everywhere. But if you're on a budget it's OK. The pet fee is the best thing I have to say it was only $10

The room had the smell of new carpet when I openec the door which was extremely refreshing. The bed was great, everything clean. When I left the following morning after a great breakfasr, I noticed they were out picking up trash, cleaning the pool, and doing general outdoor maintenance. It's obvious they take great pride in this property.

Good location, comfortable and spacious room, nice and friendly staff greeting us and telling their name. East access to the parking lot from our room (we parked right outside the door). Decent Wi-Fi. Breakfast was in a separated building, and it was clean and with enough room for guests. Bathtub was a bit clogged. Housekeeping was kind of early (11am checkout while service staff started to knock and peek inside the room from 9am)... didn't have a "do not disturb" sign to hang on the doorknob.

Just an average Best Western, we use them because they are dog friendly. The room was adequate and the breakfast area was clean with the standard breakfast fare. The dog run behind the hotel had the grass cut but it didn't have any baggies for dog refuse and a bird had taken up residence in the baggie holder, indicating that it was not high on the priority list. Mentioned it to the management as we left so hopefully they pay more attention. I wouldn't stay here for a week but it was an adequate stopover if you are traveling around the country.

If all you want is a place to crash, this is the place. Old, mold odor, in need of update. Breakfast was in separate room, but verygood. Location just off I 30. Bed was lumpy, Doonesbury small. Hargrove and microwave stuffed in bathroom. Not a good experience.

I stayed at this particular hotel because they have truck parking. They are also In a great location to be able to walk to restaurants for my meals. The staff is very kind & courteous & made the stay enjoyable.

Very friendly and helpful people and the breakfast was great. I like the person who helped me with making the waffles always have trouble with that at breakfast. I will stay there again if I am in that area.

It is sad if it wasn't for the Diamond Crater there isn't anything to do in Hope. The clerk was great about giving us directions to restaurants. The cutest breakfast building to eat in. The clerk helped us to change from Hope to Little Rock for our second night.

We really like to stay at Best Westerns and help these smaller business owners. We know and understand that different locations can vary a lot in age, appearance, staff, and value but this one definitely needs more TLC. It's an older motel style (which is not a big deal to us) with lots of parking. The pool and breakfast room are each separate from the main building where the office and rooms are located (again, no big deal). The biggest turnoff for me was the obvious poor repairs made to what looked like overhead water damage, along with a very noisy bathroom fan that needed to be replaced and then regularly cleaned.

The evening, front desk person could have been friendlier. Safe area. Good parking. Continental breakfast plus eggs & sausage. Comfortable beds. Nice shower head & good water pressure. The water is hard. Soft, fluffy towels. Surprisingly quiet. The bathroom is so small it is difficult to shut the door when you are in the bathroom. The toilet is non-standard & compact. Do not know how a large person could use this toilet. The bathroom exhaust fan was filthy. The overall condition of this bathroom, in my opinion, is appalling. The toilet ran all night long. We will not stay here again.

My family stay on our way to San Antonio every year. Breakfast is always superb, staff was very friendly as helpful. Rooms were clean and renovations looked great! We really enjoy our time at the BestWestern of Hope and will continue to stay here. Thanks BW!

Someone at the property want to explain why I am finding ANY kind of bug in the bed at 1:30am? Last week I was checked into a room that was occupied. Now this. Unacceptable! I am leaving now, yes at 1:30am.

This is an older hotel... Bill and Hillary Clinton stayed there when he was President. For today's wired traveler, there were not nearly enough outlets. Other than that, the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was ample and offered a nice variety.

Was priced reasonable but although pool was listed not open given excuse they couldn't get it inspected before Memorial Day but other hotels in same area had theirs open with 4 of us asked for couple towels which they acted like was a major problem Dont think I will return

We were exhausted. We like staying at Best Westerns. At the Hope, Arkansas Best Western, the beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was away from the highway so there was not highway noise. The breakfast was okay.

This property is always clean the rooms are nice and well kept. I like it because its is smoking or non smoking this property gives a choice. I don't smoke but my husband does. I like the fact on bad days he is not out side. There is store and restaurants in walking distance. Its always a great experience.

Very friendly staff, rooms could use updating. Fine in day light...when dark hits...bugs come out to play. My daughter wouldn't take a bath or sleep with the lights off, sent my husband across the street to Walmart for a can of bug spray...ate a descent full breakfast the next morning canceled the rest of our reservation and went down to the Holiday Inn.

This is an older hotel but it is clean and neat. The rates are reasonable and the staff is very nice. The hotel is older but it is comfortable and the room is pretty good size. The pool was off season so I am not sure about that.

We would come here again Service and room were exceptional. The breakfast was hands down the best we have ever had st any motel. We plan on making this a regular stop when our travels bring us to this part of the country.

We originally started in a different hotel, room was in bad condition. Had booked online, hotel couldn't modify price, were paying well over their regular price. Cancelled after first night and moved to this hotel, much better accommodations for price. Check in was less enthusiastic than booking, but that was worst part of stay - if there was a worst part. Good hotel.

Stopped for the night in Hope, AR on a early spring motorcycle trip with two other buddies. Was able to get two adjoining rooms that were exactly what we needed. The gal at the front desk was AMAZINGLY nice. Had fresh baked cookies for us and provided some great recommendations for dinner.

This is a 2 story motel building, near the highway. Place was quiet, AC worked, TV worked, people were friendly. King size beds are primarily on the 2nd floor. This was one of the cheaper hotels in the area, if you are willing to travel another 20 mins hotels of similar quality are available for cheaper.

This hotel was quiet and comfortable. Our room could use a carpet cleaning, but was otherwise clean and tidy. Best shower in a hotel I've had in a while - not a whimpy flow - nice and full volume. The staff was kind and friendly. They had an extra note in the room that was nice and appreciated. We would stay there again.

The beds are super comfy and the staff are sooooo nice! A full breakfast just adds to the wonderful experience we had. We didn't get to use the pool because it was too cold but it was sparkling blue so I'm sure it would be great when it's warmer outside.

Great place to stay between Little Rock and Texarkana. Great morning breakfast service, one of the better ones. Everything works in the room, and the bedding is very clean and comfortable. Well located just off the interstate. Nearby restuarants including a great Mexican food place.

when i arrived there was plenty of room for 18 wheeler parking the appearance of the motel was very good. the staff was very courteous & helpful. they told me the lay out of the motel where the room was i was in. the area was well lit. the room was comfortable & clean the bed was comfortable i rest good. the breakfast was good. the staff made me feel at home

Our air conditioner sounded like it was going to die all night long. There is a stain on the carpet in our room and the bathroom pretty small. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. We've stayed at better.

This motel is very clean and convenient access to and from the Interstate. The breakfast is in the top 5 of any motel I have ever stayed in. The front desk personnel were4 cordial and helpful and seemed concerned about their guests. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.

4 rooms 2 nights and no complaints, rooms were clean and cool with plenty of hot water with good pressure. Semi truck parking on 2 sides of Hotel. My men said breakfast was good they liked the pool. Would recommend to all in the area, rates were better then other hotels close by.

Linda, the evening desk clerk is the most helpful and friendly person. She had home baked cookies waiting in the lobby. The room was very clean and on the first floor so it was very convenient for unloading the car. The breakfast room had plenty of tables and chairs. The breakfast was very good. We will stay again when in the area.

We have stayed at several hotels this summer for family travels. I'm a member of Wyndham Rewards, but they keep putting us in awful places, so we tried Best Western, and were pleased. They allow pets, which is important to us.

Stopped overnight in Hope on our move from Texas to Arkansas. Friendly staff and fast check in. No problem having our dog in the room. Lots of green space to walk the dog as well. Pool and surrounding area was clean. Beds and room were comfortable. Off the highway enough not to hear the traffic. Breakfast was plentiful and hot.

Dirty air con filter so it was frozen on a 100 degree day. Also even after the thunderstorm, the tv never worked. The wheelchair accessible shower was so slippery, the hand help shower for the wheelchair was not reachable nor hooked up correctly. When I did decide to take a shower, the bathroom got flooded because it poured out of the roll in shower. When I went to tell the front desk agent, she just stood there, and said here is your discount! I 100 degree weather and traveling with my adult disabled daughter, I needed an accessible shower that was safe, and A/C that I didn't have to clean to get it to work!

Spent the night at this Best Western. Clean, comfy room. No complaints. Generous breakfast, free wifi. Checked in at 10:15 pm with a very pleasant front desk employee, Linda. Couldn't ask for anything more for the price.

This hotel was very clean, staff was very helpful. Rooms were great! Best shower I have ever had in a hotel and I have stayed at a lot of hotels around the country. If ever back to Hope, AR, this is definitely were I will be staying.

I drive a food delivery route and stay at this location two nights a week. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and there is Semi parking available. I have had one problem with a toilet and one problem with a dirty shower curtain in the months I have stayed here and both problems were either corrected by staff right then or I was given another room. I stay in other hotels throughout the week and I look forward to getting here more than any other place.

The pictures that they have on the website I don't know where they got them. I don't know who reviews this place giving it so many stars. When we got in there there was a flyswatter hanging outside the bathroom. The first room they showed us we turn on the lights and had so many flies it was disgusting but it was late we were tired we were hoping it was a fluke we got a second room and it was just disgusting we prayed that we wouldn't get some kind of disease. Just nasty nasty nasty. We definitely didn't stay for breakfast. We were afraid to.

The building is an older building. That is the worst of it. That in no way means the upkeep is any way lacking. I have stayed here many times and it is constantly great. The breakfast room is a definite strong point, and has been consistently so. What's not to like. Food is very good, considering the type of breakfast presented at this type of property. But let me stress, and I really cant stress enough, the sense of pride they take here, specifically in the breakfast room. This lady working here takes more pride in the breakfast experience than a lot of property owners. Service is the best. She even took time to do some simple 4th of July decorating. Very nice.

I'll start by saying I don't like motels and I've had bad experiences with Best Western before. However, this place exceeded my expectations. It's still a budget friendly motel, so the bed wasn't great, but it was extremely clean and the service we received was great.

My husband and I had been driving across America we were on our way to Dallas but really needed to take a break so decided to crash somewhere for the night. We pulled off after seeing the sign for best western having had a good experience with the name in an earlier place. I can't fault the staff as the lady at the front desk was lovely, however the room was horrendous the smell in the room was disgusting it smelt like someone had urinated all over the carpet a chair in the room looked as if someone had been murdered in it!! I also could not find any comfort on the bed as I was literally itching all night!! I actually didn't take my clothes off and stayed awake all night!! My husband only got a couple of hours sleep. In hindsight I wish we'd just walked straight back out. We left at 6 in the morning just to get out of there!! Further into our travels we actually met someone who'd also stayed here that agreed with our sentiments. Would definitely NOT recommend.

This is an older well maintained motel located off I-40. The staff is friendly and does a great job. The motel was nearly full, but quiet and we had a resentful visit. I will stay here again if we are in the area. The breakfast is good, and the food presentation was done very well.

Choose to stay here because of the good reviews. Friendly staff. Affordable price. Very clean and parking was easy. There is a pool but we didn't use it. Looked clean. Complementary breakfast included. There is a good Tex/Mex restaurant across the street. I would stay here again.

Staff was friendly. Convenient location for freeway travel. Restaurants and walmart nearby. Nice looking on the inside and out. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. We didn't stop off anywhere in the state but its close to a lot of national parks and other attractions. I'd recommend staying here.

Nice, clean room with no distractions. Very good complimentary breakfast but close to several restaurants and shopping if you prefer national chain-gang eating. Reasonable rates. Easy interstate access. The staff has most always been friendly and helpful and I stay here whenever I am in the area. AARP and other discounts are available.

Convenient right off the interstate. Wal Mart across the street and a great Mexican Restaurant. Small.bathroom but great bed. Had trouble with.the remote for the tv. Perfect breakfast.Closeto.the diwntiwn area.

Donald was very patience with us since we were having trouble finding our reservation. We have stayed here before and like the location since Walmart is across the street. Up the road is Washington, Arkansas, which is very historical. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good and hot.

The night clerk was very friendly and went out of his way to help us. The breakfast building was across the parking lot, locked and my key card would not work in the slot. The waffle maker was broken. But the biggest inconvenience was that we senior citizens had upstairs rooms with outside stairs access only. This was after we had walked in access of 10 miles at the Round Top antique show and were hobbling! I do not like Best Western pillows anywhere and their thickness seems to be the one consistency among all motels in the chain. On the positive side: the rooms are clean and prices usually reasonable.

I travel on business and this is my favorite place to stay when I'm in Hope, AR. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the building offering the free breakfast is available to Best Western customers only. They offer a hot breakfast which is always delicious - not just cereal and donuts but eggs, biscuits, gravy, bacon/sausage and fruit.

Very nice hotel, really comfortable room, the nicest people at the front desk and at the breakfast room. Really clean and neat. The breakfast was the best, really good food, with a variety of things to choose from, a lot of room to sit comfortably and enjoy.

All the staff I came in contact were very friendly. The desk clerk was knowledgeable and very efficient. She gave us a room that met our special needs. The room was very clean and smelled good. The bed was very comfortable The attendant at the breakfast room was friendly and kept the breakfast bar well stocked. The items available had a good variety more than most places there was no questioning about my little service dog being welcome. We would stay there again

Both times I've stayed there has been great and the staff accommodated us during our last stay having pets with us. Clean grounds and easy access from the freeway. Close to shopping and restaurants. Free breakfast offers many different choices and variety of foods and drinks.

Rooms have outside access only, bed is horrible, no elevator to 2nd floor, breakfast would have been better at McDonalds. When in Hope Ar I always stay at the Best Western. The Hotel is clean, staff friendly and the price is a good value. The breakfast is above average for a hotel of this size, the bed comfortable and the room quiet. Internet is good and the rooms now have Direct TV instead of the less than satisfactory local cable.

The hotel was satisfactory for spending a night while traveling through Arkansas. The hotel staff was great. It is located right off the highway which makes it ideal for quick access. The price was right for a quick place to stay.

We enjoyed our brief stay overnight while traveling for the Christmas holidays. Breakfast assortment and quality of food impressed us. The breakfast room attendant/chef was courteous and helpful. We will stay here again on our trips to see relatives.

Free room on BW points, regular stopping hotel on trips tpo SW Missouri. I find Best Westerns the best value for the price and always use them if available for both business and personal travel. I have never had a bad experience in any Best Western in 23 years and a business traveler.

The Breakfast was great...Check In was Pleasant - THe Shower was Awesome - OVerall I was very Happy with my stay!!!! Quiet...internet was excellent! I was on way home to Texas for Christmas! Did not want to leave...almost stayed another night but had to go see grandkids!

Very comfortable.The bed was just right and the breakfast was very tasty. The staff was knowledgeable and polite. I drive an 18 wheeler and I try to stay at the Best Western whenever I am in Hope or any other city. it is always to stay in a clean, comfortable room to get the rest I need before getting back on the road. Just keep doing what you are doing..

The room was out dated. Bed and linens worn out. Carpet looked dirty and worn out. Tub was stained and looked dirty. Vent in bathroom was rusted. Air conditioner/heater was noisy and was hard to get temperature regulated.

Pros: Clean, cozy rooms at reasonable prices. Extremely friendly staff, and the best free breakfast around! A must stay if you are in the area! Cons: A bit noisy in the morning but that's to be expected considering the location.

Very nice stay. People were freindly, staff was great. Breakfast was fabulous. If you are going to Hope, Arkansas this is the place to stay. Only regret from one of the travelers is that this is a dry county. So if you need something to drink, alcohol of courese, bring it with you. Checkout and the whole trip was great. Stayed at Best Western at each stop.

Service level of "10" at a MOTEL??? Impossible you say? Ok... for a roadside MOTEL it was definitely a 9.9. Let me explain... After a leisurely seven motorcycle ride down Scenic 7, we were ready to stop. Harley riders get a little discount from Best Western so we pulled in. The room was nice, not a luxury suite, NICE! It was clean and well appointed, the TV, AC, and shower worked and the bed was comfortable... what more do you need from a MOTEL? But, the bonus came at breakfast. They have a hostess in the breakfast area that was very friendly, attentive and caring. The food is average motel breakfast food but with the extra service from the hostess you're mind accepts it as ABOVE AVERAGE. As a little bonus you should read the card that they leave in your room. It is a very well written "prayer" for the traveler... made my wife tear up.

This is a very nice hotel. As we travel with our dogs, we have to search for a hotel to accomidate them. This hotel was very good and was one of the best values of the 4 different chains we stayed at on this trip. Breakfast was excellent. The Biscuts were supurb and the rest of the food was very good. One of the few hotels that offered bacon - most have sausage.

Attentive staff rooms decor is dated but better than other area options. Breakfast is typical but again staff is very helpful. A/C unit works wonderfully. Didnt use pool but it looked to be in good shape.

This is a low quality hotel with a Best Western sticker on it. My room could best be described as a spider hole. The floor was very dirty, the lighting was dim and you got an overall feeling of depression. Its the feeling that you just don't want to look around for fear of what you may find. Everything was out of date, the TV is very old, no HDMI either. Internet is very poor. It amazes me how some hotels refuse to face reality and beef up their internet. This has $39 a night written all over it but expect to pay at least double that and be boarding with plenty of unsavory characters.

I was greeted warmly and issued a room on the first floor on the back of the hotel. It was so nice to be parked three steps from the room. The hotel is a little off of the interstate 30 so there is no noise from traffic. The A/C felt so good because it has been close to 100 degrees today. The king bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. The receptionist gave great suggestions for supper land included Jake's BBQ. Wow, what a meal! It had a bean bar for help yourself and a sign above that said "Gas Fill Up for Dine In". The pot was seasoned pinto beans. The pork and pinto beans were delicious! The breakfast area was unique. It was a building separate and next door to the hotel. The preparer was busy replenishing the hot food and it was very good and had many choices. There is a Walmart diagonally across the street if needed. I'm headed to Craters of Diamonds State Park and this was an excellent place to stay nearby.

Great staff and clean modern rooms. We make this our half way stop on our trips every holiday and have had great service every time. Big benefit is the trailer parking area next to the hotel since we haul our tractor and other equipment on these trips.
