Best Western Plus Havre Inn & Suites

An excellent place to stay. It was quiet and the staff were friendly. The lication was perfect for what we were doing. I have to say that's it's the best breakfast I have had in a hotel this year. Rooms were comfortable and the suit was exactly what we were needing. We plan on coming back next year.

Watch your bill for double billing! Several members of my party were double billed for their stay. Also , three rooms were billed to a credit card that was used last year at this hotel and they had kept on file. Luckily the card was expired and was declined. One of these rooms was someone not even in our group. A random stranger. Still attempting to get overcharges refunded.

We wanted a few days relaxing at the great Best Western inn and Suites on Hwy 2. We were not disappointed. Good lunch at jenny's café, excellent dinner at the Bow and Marrow. Saw the Buffalo jump, shopped a bit, drove to Beaver Creek area. Toured around the town. Good three day vacation.

Great location, quiet rooms. Lose to all I needed for my trip for a craft show! Will definitely stay at this location again, ther are 2 Best Western locations in Havre. Everything was close by and travel to the craft venue was minimal.

For a one-night stay, I was impressed with this hotel. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. My room was a good size suite, clean as can be. Breakfast was fairly standard for this type hotel. Though they did have biscuits and gravy, which I have not had in a long time. Overall, very pleasant stay.

My wife and I have a running joke that Best Westerns can often just be “Westerns” (no best of anything..) but this was definitely on the nicer end of the Best Western spectrum. Would absolutely stay here again if in the area. The pool also has a waterslide which was a huge plus for the kids.

We stayed here on our trip from glacier National park from Minnesota. Clean hotel, friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillows. Work out room and pool were adequate for our teen daughters. Nice breakfast in the morning. We would stay here again.

This property met all our expectations for a Best Western Plus. Comfortable bedding, a nice little wet bar, sofa and other furnishings. Staff is great. There's a nice Pub & Grill next door that makes dinner really convenient.

When I stay in small towns the hotels can be unpredictable as far as cleanliness and such. The was one of the cleanest hotels I've visited and the very well maintained. The staff was awesome. The front desk clerk helped make sure I was able to get some food after traveling all day and arriving late. She went above and beyond! Great place to stay!

Nice hotel. Stopped here on our way back from Canada. The rooms are spacious and they have a great breakfast. There are many options. The staff is friendly too. Check them out I don't think you'll be disappointed.

The Best Western Plus Havre Inn and Suites is the most accommodating hotel I have stayed at in many years. It is clean, comfortable, great breakfast menu and the staff is friendly and very helpful. I will always stay at this hotel when in Havre, Mt.

Upon arrival we walked up to the front desk and the attendant never looked up. She was working on the computer and did not acknowledge us for the longest time until I actually said something. Then she said I'm still helping another customer. She was very curt and not polite. The entire check-in process was fast and easy once started, however, I believe that the person who greets you should be a little more attentive. The housekeeping staff however was very pleasant. But there were three adults in our party and we rented a suite which is really nothing more than a large room. We were hoping for a little more space. The fold-out had no bedding on it whatsoever and the mattress was horribly stained. At first all of us had agreed that we wouldn't mind sleeping on a fold out but when we saw the mattress none of us wanted to. We called the front desk and asked for the bed to be made up and they brought us exactly two flat sheets. We had to make the bed ourselves. No pillows were offered no blankets were offered but we did find one in the closet. The breakfast in the morning was amazing however. There were plenty of choices from omelets, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cereal, and lots of bread and pastry choices. The attendant at the buffet was very helpful and pleasant. So, in conclusion I'd say this hotel has the good and bad like everywhere. Would I stay here again? Yes. I feel that management needs to work on its employees a little though. The woman at the front desk was definitely a bad first impression, followed by the dirty mattress on the unmade bed.

Although I wasn't at the hotel long, the staff was kind, the room was extremely clean, and their breakfast had a lot of tasty options. In addition, the bed was comfortable and the hotel was close to support services. Would stay again!

Excellent hotel in Havre, MT. Friendly and efficient staff, very clean hotel throughout, lovely large room with all the modern amenities. Easy to access off the highway and good, well lit parking area.

This was one of the best breakfasts I have had at a Best Western. Very good variety of choices included different kinds of yogurt. Fresh fruit as well. Very clean large space for breakfast area as well. I highly recommend staying here.

I have never stayed in a hotel in havre, I lived there ten years ago and it was a no no then because the hotels in town were gross and dirty and run down, this hotel was new since I had visited last, and was perfect. The staff was great, especially Raelie the front desk gal. She was pleasant on the phone making my reservation that was more complex than usual, she told me she would arrange some stuff for my arrival the next day, she did. Upon arrival she remembered my name and I didn't have to explain myself at all, she followed through and the remainder of the stay recognized me and also knew my room number when I checked out! She was as so friendly and sweet and helpful and really went above and beyond on her job! Very impressed. The maintenance man was in the elevator with me and was a super friendly guy too! I unfortunately didn't catch his name but he was average build with glasses and super nice! Good job guys you aren't doing it right

Covenant place to stay in Havre. Very clean and spacious but a bit pricey. Just be aware that most restaurants in Havre are closed on Monday. Ask for a room on the street side as the hotel is close to train tracks. Trains tend to honk their horn and shuttle at night.

I was immediately greeted by friendly staff who checked me in fast. My room was very spacious lots of pillows and the temperature was great. I had a beautiful view. Breakfast was bountiful with lots of choices. Overall a wonderful stay. I was there 3 nights and will definitely stay again.

I cannot say enough about the level of service we received and the beautiful room. We arrived in the afternoon and the room was not ready but we had plenty of shopping to do so we would return later. I asked the front clerk ( lady) if we could get a top floor, rear facing room overlooking the valley. She accommodated this request with no problem. This is a very clean, quiet and beautiful hotel. Cookies at the front desk, amazing breakfast. Well priced. I would absolutely stay again. I wish I had got the name of the lady working the evening shift that day (sept 4), she was a model of excellent customer service.

Updated, super clean, great customer service and very good selection of breakfast food. Internet service was good, beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend. All around super nice stay and would stay again If coming through the area.

Booked room in am online before heading to Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Left the Northern Park a little later than hoped and got backed up by an accident on the road. PLAN AHEAD if you are on your way to Glacier- minimal places for GAS or PEE after 10pm. It's a 2 lane road all the way lots of deer at night. Needless to say we pulled in at 3am. I NEEDED the hot shower with awesome shower head. Bed was comfortable and clean. AC was cranked up and the room was spotless Larger than normal fridge, microwave, coffee maker with supplies for 3 cups. Bathroom was very clean. All was modern and updated. Loby was clean, furniture in loby nice and clean as well. Not gonna lie I have walked in and looked at a loby and walked out of more modern $$$ brands. Breakfast was ok. Fridge with cheese stick, hard boiled eggs yogurt, waffle maker with supplies, biscuits and gravy, coffee, juice ect. Staff- all were very kind, friendly and didn't act like work was the last thing they wanted to do and you were their burden... Price- VERY FAIR compared to others- $184 before tax. We picked it because it's 4 hours from Glacier. Great choice if you can leave Theodore North Park before 4 and do not run into traffic issues on the 2 lane road

We were on our way home from Glacier. We planned to stay in Shelby but the hotel we wanted was full. So we continued onto Havre and we were glad we did because their pool had a slide. Awesome view behind the hotel too! Staff was courteous and kind.

Excellent staff which made this more than an ordinary hotel stay. Clean rooms, great breakfast, & very accommodating staff. We used the meeting room also during our stay, & it was clean & ready on time. Price for use of the room was very reasonable.

The Best Western Plus Havre Inn and Suites is the premier motel in Havre. It is a very pleasant, thoughtfully designed, clean, and well maintained facility. It is situated near many amenities and offers terrific views. Staff are courteous and helpful, and in the case of the front desk clerk, went above expectations in accommodating our specific room request.

Really nice place. This was my first time in a Best Western and I was pleasantly surprised. Nice room. Good service. Nice fitness room, etc... I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Havre.

We stayed 6 nights a the Best Western in Havre Montana while on a hunting trip. Our stay was absolutely awesome. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was kept very clean and was soo fun. The complimentary breakfast had great hours and was so good. Every single member of the staff that we came in contact with was so kind and friendly. We had a great trip!

Only stayed one night but everything was certainly above the standards of other hotels I have stayed at in the past (non in the last year due to covid restrictions). Large rooms that were well appointed and CLEAN. Pleasant and helpful staff. the only negative comment I have is that there is no reading light in the seating area of the room.

I agree with all the other positive reviewers I've perused about this place. This is an outstanding property nicely located at the top of a hill overlooking the town. There is a restaurant across from it, but we were tired and did not visit it. The staff is friendly, the room was clean and quiet. the breakfast was good. Would stay here again if we ever came this way again.

This hotel was exceptional in our opinion. The employees were all pleasant and ready to make our stay the best it could be. The decor of the hotel was beautiful and very clean. We will certainly stay here again when we are in the area.

My partner and I were extremely pleased with the clean and spacious room and enjoyed the tremendous badland view from the windows on the back of the hotel. We will definitely plan a stop in Havre the next time we make this trek north.

I stayed at this hotel at the end of July. It was the fourth time I've stayed there in 5 years. I LOVE IT HERE! The front desk staff is friendly (Tina is the best!). The rooms are clean & beautiful. The beds are comfy. The free breakfast menu is outstanding. The hotel is located in a safe area and there is a wonderful restaurant just across the parking lot. A side note: We've stayed here twice for the 4th of July holiday, and watched nearby fireworks in the parking lot. They were THE BEST we've ever seen!

The hotel is beautiful. I stayed at this hotel in Havre, MT five years ago and was incredibly impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, accommodations, and decor. I did not expect such a hotel in Havre. When we returned to Havre this year (July 2021), of course we would stay at this Best Western. And once again, we were impressed.

Hotel was very clean and so was the dining room. Breakfast was awesome and had lots of choices to suit most people's needs and wants. The staff were amazing! I Would recommend this hotel to anyone! Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed several days in Havre. The hotel is located on a hill and has great views from there. The pool is nice and the hot tub is really great. The building was quiet and well insulated. The beds were comfortable. There was a good selection of channels on the TV. Internet was good. We had a great stay. It is windy in that part of Montana!!

This hotel is very nice, very accomodating. Quick check in and out and we have stayed here before and asked for the same room and was able to have it. Even though we are in this Covid time, a meal was offered at the breakfast room with a very nice lady serving it, very helpful not stressful at all. We will stay here next year on our trip to Havre.

My nephew lives in Havre so I was there visiting him and his family. This is the best place to stay,. On the hill overlooking beautiful scenery it had clean rooms and very nice employees. I was there with 2 other family members so we had a queen suite and there was enough room for all of us, having a refrigerator in the room is always a plus. Train tracks are right below the property but we never heard them. Breakfast: I always like it when a place offers complimentary breakfast. I'm not sure if it's just because of COVID19 but it wasn't the best. They had pre-made denver omelettes and breakfast sandwiches that were below average, very little fruit, and a table full of carbs (muffins, bagels, and cereal). Being pre-diabetic there wasn't much I could eat. Pool/Gym: Pool and hottub were great at just the right temperature. Loved the slide, my only complaint is the pool is less than 5ft deep. The gym is a small room with about 5 machines. I used the treadmill but it would jolt sometimes, slow down for a little bit, then speed up, then go back to the normal pace. I only walked because I was a little afraid of flying off the machine if I ran. There was also nothing to wipe it down after I used it, but I told the front desk and they said they would clean it right away. Overall I would definitely stay here again . Loved the town, loved the people, and loved my stay.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was beyond caring and the accommodations were unexpected and wonderful. We were there for some tragic family business and the staff made me and my children feel safe and welcomed. They accommodated us in every way, from checking in early, to changing rooms, treating my children to cookies, and every employee seemed to really care about all aspects of the hotel and guest experience.

I've stayed at the BW Plus Havre Inn & Suites three times this winter and all three stays were wonderful. Rooms are big, beds are comfortable, breakfast includes staples as well as some unique offerings and the front desk staff is helpful and friendly. Proximity to Murphy's Pub makes it even more convenient.

Clean, warm, welcoming, ample and tasty breakfast, large rooms, a pool and athletic center, next door to Murphy's Irish Pub which has great food, and the staff at this hotel is the very best. I travel frequently, and it's not just about the accommodations. It's also about the people who work there, and truly, they're all terrific.

Really nice hotel, big rooms, comfy beds, nice breakfast area & appreciate the almond milk option provided. Nice to have the little coffee & fridge area tucked away from the main sleeping area. Didn't like the light & fan that stayed on in the bathroom though, had to shut the door to block the light & noise. Be sure to ask for a room at the front of the building, away from the railroad tracks too, otherwise there is constant train traffic & train whistles all night.

The amenities are great! And the staff always goes above and beyond - in fact, best Hotel staff I've worked with! The rooms are clean and quite. All around top notch! We always stay at this location when in Havre and highly recommend it!

Great stay! Everything was clean. The bed was very comfy. Too many pillows for me but everyone is different. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Even filled my travel mug for the trip home. Will stay there again!

My granddaughter invited a couple of friends to swim and have pizza with her for her birthday. All the girls and my other grandchildren loved the waterslide, pool and hot tub. They especially loved the breakfast the next morning. Most of the girls said they are going to have their parents bring them there to celebrate their birthdays. The front desk was more than helpful and they had the greatest postive attitudes. I will stay here more often even though I live only 25 miles away.

They never disappoint. Easy in. Easy out. Convenient to walk across the parking lot for the best dining experience (Murphys). Best breakfast in a hotel. The rooms are quiet. Reasonable rates - great value.

I stay at this hotel about once a quarter for business. All of my travel is to smaller towns and this is my favorite hotel. The staff is always friendly, the breakfast is good, the rooms are always clean and I love how much space they offer. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Havre.

Our room was very nice and fully equiped with everything needed, the staff was excellent and the breakfasts were very good too they had different items on the menu each day, vone day was bacon and another was ham, they had biscuitys and gravy which was very good also. Please with the whole trip, we stayed 4 days as we were meeting family that lives in Havre, Montana, this was my first every trip there.

Hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly. Breakfast had a good variety and was presented well. Hotel was as nice as many higher cost big city hotels. Nice pool with water slide is a great attraction for families.

Nice, clean property. Welcoming front desk with fresh warm cookies. We had an easy check in. The rooms were large and included a sofa-couch, microwave, coffee appliance, and refridgerator. If we chose, we could make use of an on-site gym, pool and hot tub, conference room, business center, and complimentary breakfast.

We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. The price was very affordable for our family. And when I had an issue arise the day before check-in the young lady at the front desk was quick and very helpful. She resolved our issue without any hesitation and went above and beyond what I expected. Breakfast was a hit for the kids with all the toppings for the waffles. That was a total hit. And the slide in the pool... My boys had a blast! As did the rest of the football team! lol. It's not very often I don't find problems with hotels. We stay in them a lot and there is usually always a problem. But not this stay. NOTHING was bad. We had an excellent stay and will definitely be back again!! oh! And the view... BEAUTIFUL!!! Best Western Plus is a recommended hotel through our business travel policy and it did not disappoint. The back of the building overlooks the Havre BNSF rail lines, so if you have any admiration for locomotives, ask for a room on the back side of the hotel because the views are great. The staff is nice and courteous. Continental breakfast is served from 6-10 am and includes an array of choices from freshly made waffles down to a few cereal options. Fresh cookies are available at the front desk each afternoon/evening, so treat yourself! If you happen to forget to pack something or need a snack, there is an area in the lobby where you can purchase items like toothbrushes, Advil/Tylenol, snacks, drinks, or even a pint of Ben & Jerry's to cure that midnight sweet tooth!

Excellent service with well trained staff for all your needs. Location of the Hotel was great as travelling out of town and back into town was not a hassle with dining meals located close to the establishment.

I stay at this location regularly for business and am always greeted with a smile and by name- it's just like coming home! The location right next to a restaurant makes it easy to remain on location during my stay.

A beautiful physical structure with rooms that are comfortable. My favorite room amenity is quiet, well functioning heating and cooling system. In addition, the hotel staff was amazing. They are friendly and helpful and always available. So happy we decided to give this property a try as we will stay there each time we are in Havre, Montana.

As other reviewers have stated, there are train tracks running behind this hotel, so if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room facing the road. But the hotel is just a few years old, clean, attractive, and roomy. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small, but there was a second sink outside the bathroom. Very convenient when 2 people are sharing a room! The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast bar had more than the usual hotel offerings. I highly recommend this hotel!

We enjoyed our stay and the staff was great! The kids really, really enjoyed to pool and the water-slide. The continental breakfast was also great. The staff kept everything cleaned up and stocked very well.

We were traveling through Canada on our way back into the states and knew we were going to need a room for the night in Havre. Cell coverage was pretty sketchy, so when I called and explained that we were on the road, the employee simply took my name, what kind of room I wanted, and my phone number and told me she'd line everything up for me for our arrival. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. They clearly take care of it as it is 5 years old but looks brand new. It's a huge hotel overlooking the town with spacious rooms. The breakfast area is very large and offers many great items. The pool area is nice and would be super fun for kids because it has a swirly slide into it. Every employee we encountered was incredibly helpful and kind. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in this area.

This hotel is the best I've ever stayed at. The staff is wonderful-so helpful and friendly the, rooms are beautiful and clean, and the breakfast buffet is the best I've ever experienced. Great value for the price! I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I've stayed here 3 times and loved it every time.

The rooms were spacious, the pool with water slide was perfect for our family traveling 10 hours in one day with 5 kids! Breakfast was more than exceptional. There were cookies on the front desk and flavored water in the lobby - so refreshing on a hot day.

Clean rooms that had everything we needed after 14 hours on the road. Lots of room for our family of four with two teens. Friendly front desk staff. Pull out couch could use replacing. Pool area was more fun than expected, with the small water slide. Breakfast was included in price and functional. Area right around hotel provides some scenic views.

The pool steps are quite slick, be careful. Our room was clean and comfortable, well equipped with a microwave, fridge and Keurig. Breakfast was very nice, had a good variety of options, and kept well by the attendant. I would certainly stay here again. *the local library has a basket in the lobby of complimentary books. I thought that was a lovely touch, would like to see that in more hotels.

We were on the return leg of a cross-country trip, driving on route 2, and chose Havre because it was a convenient stop. I am so glad we did because the BW Plus Havre is a wonderful hotel. The pool and hot tub were refreshing. The upper jets didn't work on the hot tub, so the front desk called in the maintanance man -- he drove up with his kids in his truck -- just to get the jets working. My husband is a railroad nut and loved the view of the trains down in the valley. The landscape is beautiful, as well. Classy property.

Very clean with excellent amenities. Would stay again if ever in the area for any reason. Proximity to all services and willing to accommodate day time sleeping schedule. Breakfast was restaurant quality.

This is the choice of my wife and I if we are in Havre, which we do visit owing to Amtrak. Super-helpful staff provided our shuttle to the train station. Room was very spacious and well appointed. Top-notch. I loved the sunset view and also the top-down view of the trains exiting Havre. Like watching a model railroad. Loved it. (No noise by the way.) Murphy's restaurant is next door and perhaps one of the best we encountered in our two-week Great Plains road trip.

Staff were always friendly and helpful. This newer spacious hotel has beautiful upscale decor, is meticulously clean, and well appointed. The highlight here is the stunning view from hotel of the valley to the north and the town to the east, as the hotel is perched on a high hill. Although it is on the edge of town, it is conveniently located next to an Irish Pub/Restaurant, where we had a fine meal with a discount from the hotel - thanks for the recommendation from the front desk staff. They do offer a shuttle service to the train station, airport and downtown as well. We enjoyed our quiet comfortable, north-facing room, a standard king with sofa bed. The view was amazing. The hotel was quiet except for the bathroom fan which seemed to never shut off, likely intentionally - the bathroom door is heavy and blocks the noise pretty well. As BW diamond members, we would have appreciated some sort of recognition at check-in.

This location offers every aspect that a 5 star hotel should, for a small town location. Beautiful sunset and view over Havre. The neighbors are a bit noisy, but it is the core of the town. Good selection of eateries other than the regular fair.

This is a great location to stay. Best bar and grill next door for easy dinners. Highly recommend this as a great rest stop on or vacation. There pool is great, when it's open, and the staff is exceptional. They all were friendly and took time to talk to you.

Pool was nice and clean and breakfast had many options to choose from. There was a washer and dryer available at a $2.00 cost and a fitness center. Internet was high speed and worked great. Curtains were sheer and almost see through but that would be my only complaint:

In May 2019 myself and two coworkers stayed at the Best Western Havre Inn and Suites. We stayed four nights and had a great experience. The hotel and guest rooms are very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfast had good selection and changed each day. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel! My room was on the north side of the hotel and had the beautiful view seen in the attached photos.

Very nice place except for customer service could use some polishing. Had to call front desk for fresh amenities from housekeeping. We stayed 5 nights and although they did tidy up and made our beds they did leave that part out. I did not like the response front desk gave me when I called to request these amenities. They did have good breakfast.

Hotel rooms are super clean and staff helpfule withh check in. Overall a very well run hotel. Nice pool for the kids to swim after a day of travelling, close to shopping. Will definately stay again at this property.

Great hotel to stay in...very clean; staff were very friendly and helpful to give suggestions and directions around Havre. Room was large and bed was very comfortable! Breakfast had lots of options and tasted very good.

This hotel is a clean and comfortable place to spend the weekend. They have an excellent breakfast with eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, yogurts, fruit, and cereals. The only thing that keeps this from being 5 star is that the hotel store lacks basic personal care items for purchase.

Very nice, clean, and spacious. Pool & hot tub was nice for evening relaxing. It was even open a little later than some which was nice given we drove all day and arrived late. Room service operated a little differently ... woke us up in the morning by knocking on our door twice and attempted to open. Now awake, we headed to breakfast to see "room service" lounging on a bed in another room with her headphones on! Glad she was in a hurry to get us out of our room!

We always stay at the Best Western Plus Havre Inn and Suites when visiting Havre as it is a modern well maintained facility, close to amenities with pleasant and accommodating staff. The breakfast selection and presentation are as good as it gets.

Best place to stay in Havre. Clean comfortable rooms with a microwave an frig. Has a laundry, small gym and pool with a water-slide. If you are in town for a rodeo the Bigger, Better, Barn is right across the street. Ask for a coupon at the desk for Murphy's Bar and Grill right across the parking lot.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. The kitchen workers were keeping up with the demand of customers. We were on a long trip and it was a great place to stay in Montana.

The Havre Inn & Suites is fantastic. Keep in mind that there are 2 Best Western Plus locations in Have. The Have Inn & Suites and the Great Northern Inn. This review is for the Have Inn & Suites. Amazing hotel. The staff is friendly and hospitable. The room is most comfortable. If you are on the North side of the building, you will hear trains all night. If you are on the South side, dogs barking from the shelter. Since the hotel is relatively new, all rooms are in good condition.

My hubby and I enjoyed a wonderful one night stay at this hotel. Faith went out of her way to find us the best deal possible as well as make sure we ate at the best place in Havre, I'm quite sure. When I mentioned a north facing room would have the best view, Vicki (who was as sweet as could be) set us up in a 2nd floor corner room that had a north AND east view, overlooking the valley, rail yard, and lights of Havre. I took advantage of the very clean pool and hot tub before crawling in to my comfy king size bed to watch a movie with my hubby. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again!!

The halls, reception area, dining area and room was very clean and well appointed. The breakfast was the standard fare; eggs and sausage, cereals warm and cold, waffles, toast, with a selection of beverages. There was a very slight chemical smell in the hall and the room. The bed was not very comfortable. I was woken up several times during the night by the sound of the train whistle and the clacking of the train along the tracks, my guess is that the tracks are about 30 feet away. On my previous trip I drove on to Glasgow and think I'll do that again rather than stopping in Havre.

Overall quite satisfied. No Remote in room on check in but, was resolved quickly. The TV had no service starting at about 9 AM and left around 10 AM with it still out. Seemed a bit over priced for the area.

The hotel is clean, quiet (even with the trains running below the hotel), breakfast had the largest selection I have ever seen at a hotel supplied, went beyond the standard, waffles and other fare, the extra condiments and fresh fruit just amped it up. We enjoyed the the pool and hot tub as well (there is a strict no drink rule in the pool area) a bottle of water would have been nice but sadly not allowed. Will stay here when we are in the area again.

We stopped in havre for the underneath the streets tour the next day. The Staff was great and check in a breeze. Breakfast was the standard "Hot" breakfast but good enough to get the day started. Bed we ok and the room clean.

Went to see the Big Bud tractor dealership. Buffalo jump, we all enjoyed that. Havre under the streets, the railroad museum. It was an awesome time. We stayed at the Havre Inn. Very nice hotel, pool was great, breakfast was wonderful!

I travel a LOT in Montana and this is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. For those who complain about trains, you must have never visited Montana before. EVERY town has traintracks, it's the center of life in Montana and yes, they run frequently and at all times. Bring a pair of earplugs and you'll sleep soundly regardless of how many trains go by. It's a newer hotel they have some neat little upgrades. The bathrooms definitely have some nice touches such as a nightlight and dark colored hand towels in the bathrooms labeled "makeup" which is ingenious because makeup ruins white towels. The room is HUGE for a standard king suite. I could have a dance party in here, not that I would. The microwave/fridge area has a sink and and a nice amount of counter space. I could easily stay here for an extended stay if necessary. The breakfast room is nice, plenty of options for breakfast. I use the meeting rooms and they have one upstairs that fits about 12-15 and a larger conference room downstairs that fits many more (maybe 100?). I didn't visit the pool or fitness area so I can't comment on that. There is a pub next door, I didn't go but many people like the place. Easy parking, easy to find on the main road and if you need a Walmart, it's just a block or so away. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and helped me with my meeting room issues (all my doing, not the hotel's). I would definitely stay here every time I come to Havre.

Our room was sized very good and comfy but not so clean. Had small blood stains on sheet and pillow case. The bathroom is average size but modern and clean,We had plenty of hot water and plug ins. The pool was great and the hot tub is perfect. Wifi was good too. If only our bed were clean it would be a perfect place to stay.

This hotel has nice views and it's far enough away from the train that it doesn't disrupt your sleep. excellent service; spacious rooms with comfy beds; the breakfast area is easily one of the nicest I've seen for Best Western. And the lobby is welcoming and beautiful.

Summer greeted me immediately and was smiling and welcoming. Lovely, large foyer with clearly marked hallways. Easy parking with clise access to elevator to our room. Beautiful, newly appointed, spacious room. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker. User-friendly wall temp control, comfy beds, good shower. Family-friendly pub, sharing parking lot serves wonderful food with excellent service. Close to all the action.

Can't find a better hotel for the price- but be prepared for the trains which pass by late at night. Rooms are always clean, staff always friendly and breakfast tasty. I travel here often for business and the location is good, easy to get to with ample parking. Dinner and drinks right next door is nice as well.

Stayed here for business. Due to the time of year it wasn't crowded although there seemed to be around 50% occupancy. Quiet indoors. I was on the back side so there was the occasional train horn, which was not an issue for me. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I think the dark washcloths with "makeup" embroidered on them are great! I also liked the large lotion dispenser instead of those little bottles of poor quality lotion that are typical. Breakfast had a nice variety and the lady who was in charge of the area was very pleasant and helpful. The fitness room is ok. Cardio equipment was good but the resistance machine seemed cheap and was in an awkward position. The internet/wifi was mediocre. Its speed was satisfactory but the signal was weak and it disconnected me often. Building could use card access points at the side doors as is usual with other properties. Could also use more electrical boxes in the front to use engine block heaters.

On a business trip to northern Montana. Was not sure what type of lodging we would find there but was very happy to discover the Best Western Plus in Havre. The hotel is obviously a center for community events with its conference facilities but my room was very clean, nicely decorated, and quiet. I was exhausted from travel but slept very well. Though the train tracks are not far from the hotel, the sounds of the trains was kind of nice actually. I will definitely stay here for any future work trips to the area.

This best western is amazing, breakfast is always very good, rooms are excellent and the beds are very comfortable. the pool is always very clean and the water slide is a added bonus. The location is very easy to access.

For $110 it was clean,nice pool/slide/hot tub for kids,good beds and parking. The pool room didn't have towels in the evening or morning,breakfast was below average w fake eggs,cold dried out sausage,brown bananas.....and this is at 7:30 am so suspect it got worse as morning progressed. TV didn't work as cable was out.....not their fault but still part of the value proposition which wasn't lived up to.

Great place & friendly staff , beds were very comfortable. We were in town foe a funeral & we were offered a room across from a conference center for family gathering! Thank you All! The next time we are in Havre we will stay here again!

Nice, modern motel with clean rooms and friendly staff. My only issue was the late breakfast set up and lack of hot options on breakfast. Location was good and my room had a great overlook of downtown Havre from a bluff west of downtown.

Great hotel! Everything is exceptionally clean. The room came with a refrigerator, microwave, Kleenex, dispensers for lotion, shampoo, conditioner and soap, and they were all full and ready for use. Extra towels were provided and the bathroom fan worked wonderfully... this may seem nominal but when others are sleeping, it's nice to keep the door closed and not have to deal with a steamed up mirror.

We were there for a conference when snowfall caused tree to fall and power lines to fall on the highway and throughout the town. It could have been one of the worst night ever stuck in a hotel. With no power, no heat, no gas for cars/trucks , no food and more trapped people coming in looking a little frazzled, except Tina called her General Manager Peggy, who came in and together, they made connections with the Murphy's Pub next door for food and they have a great crew that knows the secret of giant amounts of Cowboy Coffee. Us guests gathered flash lights and wine and beer and relaxed. Next day enjoyed our conference with a couple of sandwiches and amazing cowboy coffee. Surprisingly we even had mostly warm water for showers. Havre town overall kept each other in good spirits. Thanks again Tina and Peggy for batteries and cookies and the good memories.

This is a nice place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is good with a mix of hot and cold food. The staff were helpful. I like the express checkout too. I will stay here again.

When visiting Havre we make a point of staying at the Best Western Plus Havre Inn & Suites if at all possible. The facility is modern and well maintained; rooms and common areas are clean and tidy; and staff members are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located close to shopping as well as good dining and most rooms have a view of the valley/city. Close attention is paid to the maintenance and appearance of the breakfast facilities. Menus are changed daily offering a wide variety of hot and cold food choices, with food quality and presentation better than most. We always enjoy our stay and will return.

We were there because of a death in our immediate family. The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us newspaper with the obituary of our family member. It was close to shopping and it was fairly new.

Very modern and very comfortable. the restaurant next door was a pleasant and welcome place to dine. great beds and atmosphere. You'll enjoy the stay and the rates are quite fair. I'd stay here again on the next trip.

The Hotel Staff were VERY Caring and went way above and beyond the call of duty to take care of our every need even during a city wide black out. The staff worked very hard to make sure we were comfortable and fed.

I was pleased with the ease of check in and the courteous staff. I was quite impressed with the room. It was nice and roomy: very inviting for a home away from home atmosphere. Best room that I have had during my last year of travels.

The room was immaculate, internet very fast and voucher for various amenities available within Havre . I will definitely use this hotel again when I visit Havre, I have stated in a number of hotels in this town and this one was by far the best.

Very good hotel: stayed there in 2016 & Sept 2017. Only thing we'd say is " free" breakfast is not great - like most. Need to get better sausages & eggs. Realize everything re-heated from frozen but never impressed. Had pretty good breakfast (for hotel breakfast) @ Richland Hotel in Sidney, MT.

Very clean room, property is extremely well maintained and very attractive. Lots of parking and the staff is very accommodating . Have stayed here before and will definitely stay at this hotel again. Kuerig coffee in the room. A big plus!!!

For a Hotel in the middle of no where, this hotel was done right for the customer. The only thing I would like to see changed is the single cup coffee pots. What a pain. Only one worse is the Kurig. I can't find anything bad to say about this location. It's clean, staff is amazing, pool clean rooms clean. We felt like we were at a Marriott Brand hotel. The lobby was huge and eating area very clean. That probably was our only negative vibe. The girl working could care less that food was running out. She was on her cell phone and did not like being interrupted. She had a purple hint to her hair and I only point that out because she was the only staff member that didn't seem happy to be there. Love this hotel. We were gone two week and this was probably my favorite location.

In my travels with business. I enjoy staying in Havre, MT. I always look forward to staying at the Best Western. I can always count on the building being clean, rooms being clean comfortable and quite. The staff is always helpful and is willing to do what it takes to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of.

This is probably the nicest hotel in Havre. I stay here regularly and have never been disappointed with the amenities at this hotel. The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable and the location is quiet.

They go above and beyond and is a lovely property. Was there for a funeral. A series of things did not go well, but the gal at the front desk went above and beyond for several people in our party. I have had sleep issues for years and have been exacerbated lately due to my son's accident. I slept for over 2 hours and 44 minutes that night, which is a rare gift for me. Thank you!

This was a newer hotel. Clean rooms. Quality bedding. Breakfast had something for everyone. Pool area was small like most hotels yet the water was warm for kids to swim in. Location was perfect on the way to Glacier national Park.

Stayed here one night while travelling for work. The hotel staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. This is a newer hotel and it seems to be kept in top shape. The room was very clean and well stocked. The included breakfast also had a very good selection to choose from. Will stay here again if passing through.

My understanding is that this hotel is new to the area. It was clean and comfortable, the staff that booked my stay were very accommodating and extended an offer for a reduced group rate past the deadline for booking for me and I appreciated their flexibility. I recommend this hotel.

I would give this hotel a 9 out of 10, but Trip Advisor won't do that. Now for my review. Beautiful place. Does not look like a Best Western. It looks like something a lot more expensive, both in the lobby and the room. The pool has a slide for the kiddies. Climb up a circular stairway and slide down the enclosed slide. Cool. The room was really spacious and nicely laid out. Two sinks. One in the bathroom and one just outside of it. Couch, overstuffed chair and footstool, computer desk, end table, tv dresser table. It has it all. I got a corner room with two windows. Wow! Small downside is that the railroad tracks are behind the hotel. The train itself isn't very loud since they seem to go slow, but sometimes they blow the horn. It woke me up 4 times during the night. On the other hand, that never woke my wife up once. For some reason the room numbers do not follow the normal convention of even on one side and odd on the other. That made it a little more confusing finding the room since they did not go the way you expect. Patience will triumph. The breakfast was very good. Above normal expectations.

Went for family reunion and had wonderful time. Excellent room and services.wbile there the Rocky Boy Indian Reservation had their annual Pow Wow. It was a fantastic experience. I would recommend this hotel for everyone.

This is the newest Hotel in Havre. Its next door to Murphy's pub.Having said that no noise issues at all. The property is the best in Havre. Rooms are spacious and on overall very good experience.The breakfast was also very good and is free.Book ahead as it is pretty busy all the time.

When you travel through a town where there's only one main highway, and only four hotels, you sometimes experience an apathy of hotel staff that leads to a less than positive experience. That's what we have here at the Havre Best Western Hotels.

We selected this hotel from options shown on my smartphone. We were impressed by everything in the hotel including beautiful photos and other artwork on display in rooms as well as in the lobby. Pleasant, helpful staff routed us to an excellent place for dinner. The room was spacious and the ADA room was just perfect. We'd stay here again with no hesitation.

This place was new and had an indoor pool and slide and basketball rim and hot tub. All cool. Fitness center, and laundry. Business center and breakfast were great internet wasn't slow and it was free. Beds were nice and clean. No complaints. Breakfast was great too. Waffles and pancake makers!

I know this is a border town but I had no idea I would encounter racism at this hotel. I was blamed for the noise that was clearly coming from the room two doors down from me. I stayed in the executive suite with my four boys and what I thought would be an enjoyable stay turned into a nightmare thanks to the night front desk staff. I will not be staying at this property ever again thanks to the blaming of the front desk clerk in such a rude matter, only reason I can think of is because I am dark in color. I was not rude back and I offered to even turn my tv down. I wish the staff member would have done what I did and just took a stroll down our hallway, and clearly she would have pinpointed where the noise was coming from. Clearly she should have been more professional over the phone, and I might have understood, but she attacked me the moment I answered the phone and I couldn't even offer my own opinion.

Staying at this Best Western in Havre is great. The rooms are always clean. Staff is very accommodating with any requests a person might have. The breakfast provided is nice. They offer a large selection of items and it's hot and fresh. The hotel is next door the Murphy's, an Irish Pub. The food at Murphy's is good and the service is quick. A plus, it's just a walk across the parking lot. The main rooms in the hotel are clean. They have a nice workout area, and a nice pool with a slide. A nice place to stay for work or pleasure.

The room we reserved had been assigned to someone else but we were given a suite on a lower floor as compensation. However, it was icy cold when we entered and didn't warm up by the time we went to bed! Suite itself was spacious and comfortable, having micro and fridge in a kitchenette setting. There were 2 tables and a total of 3 chairs. The breakfast next morning was excellent.

Would stay again, nice lobby... nice spacious rooms, well situated..friendly staff... there are 2 BW in this town,this one is newer ..the breakfast was ready and offered a good variety...would recommend.. no issues

Driving thru Montana we ended up in Havre for the night and couldn't have picked a nicer spot. The rooms were clean and plenty of space. Quiet , being on the Main Street, we all got good rest and then woke up and had a good free breakfast before we left. If we were driving back we would for sure stay another night.

We stayed at the hotel when it was only half full but received a room for someone with a disability, that was not very functional for a family. The room was located in a very noisy location of the hotel so it was challenging to get any sleep.

Our only gripe was the timeliness of the meal we ordered for dinner from the hotel. Other than that, the room was very clean, quiet, comfortable and roomy. Staff was very friendly. Can't ask for more than that.

I had 2 rooms booked and on arrrival found that they were adjoining ( awesome ). Both room were wonderful.....clean! We were on the first floor and could not believe how quite it was. Breakfast in the morning was great. Will be back.

This hotel I believe is new. The bathroom looked like no one had even used it. This hotel is situated on a hill with nice views. Next door was a Irish pub, decent food and prices. Staff were lovely. And price point was on point. If I was driving thru Montana I'd definitely stay again!

I highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure trips. The hotel and rooms are just lovely and the staff is great. When ever possible for work or personnel travel, I go out of my way to stay at this hotel. The location is great as it's just across the parking lot from Murphy's pub which is a great place for a dinner and drinks. The hotel is clean, nicely decorated, has great views, welcoming and accommodating staff, the beds are comfortable, and the internet is great. I recommend it for business trips or family trips as the rooms are very spacious and have a refrig and microwave.

We stayed the night before we had some camping to do. It was great. The rooms were tidy and the morning breakfast was great. The staff were very polite. We definitely would recommend this to anyone traveling the Hi-Line.

The room was very clean. Great lobby and staff. The breakfast was really good with a large selection of items to choose from. My son really enjoyed the pool and the water slide was the best. We have never seen a water slide at a hotel pool before.

This is a new hotel set on the top of the hill with great views back down over the town and surrounds. The interior is lovely and there's a nice big reception area. We booked a standard king room and got room 202 which was a very spacious corner room with two windows and views back down over the town and also out to the Main Street. The room had a sofa and separate seating area, fridge and microwave and small "wet bar" area. Check in was efficient and polite. There's Murphys Irish Pub right next door to the hotel. It's a separate business but very close. The bed was firm but comfy and pillows were great. Breakfast was basic but plentiful and tasty and the breakfast room was welcoming and clean. Highly recommend.

Hotel seems to be fairly new, we had a queen suite which was wonderful, 2 queen beds, sofa bed, rooms are separated with half wall. Clean, good selection at breakfast, not the same every morning either. Kids will love pool with slide.

Front desk staff treated me awful, was insisted that I was not in the computer that I never stayed there. Was racist, like she didn't want to serve me or give me a room. I really hate traveling to Havre, MT the place makes you feel UN welcomed. I enjoyed my room other than that I would have traveled back home if I didn't have kids.

Very nice hotel, right outside of town off the highway. It sits on a hill so if you had the right room you would have a view. This seems to be a newer property. We thought we had reservation at the Best Western in town, glad we didn't. the one in town is right next to the highway and crowded , gravel parking lot. There is a restaurant next door .

This is the 2nd or 3rd time through the years that we've stay at this Best Western Plus in Havre, MT as we overnight after a long drive from North Dakota to our home in Washington state. It's an excellent place to relax and rest for the night. Comfortable spacious bed. The room is also nice and spacious too. Good layout.

I travel a lot and all over Montana. This hotel is one of the most comfortable hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The TV was not working when I first arrived but the General Manager was already working on the issue and it was fixed by the time we got back from dinner.

The desk clerk was so helpful, the motel is nice and new (great beds, beautiful rooms, lovely lobby..... we did not try the pools/waterslide/hot tub, but it looked like those who did were having fun! Again, the desk clerk helped us find the best deal, and was helpful about places/things to do.

Great place to sleep on our 6 day road trip. Clean living space, pool, lobby. Small appliances in the kitchenette functional and clean. No bed bugs. Out of all the hotels we stayed in in MT and ND, this was my favorite along our routes. Reasonable price. Good value overall. Thank you!

Front desk was quick and very friendly. Room was spacious. All amenities were clean and working. Granite counters. If you are passing thru Havre and staying in a motel, this is the best available and overall a 4.8/5! Very nice property.

Small problem withe reservation change" called BW 800 but change never made it to the hotel However, Hotel manager was very kind and even up graded us. Nice. BW is our favorite chain and have always been well treated by them. Room was great and so was breakfast. It is nicely located withe a good pub and restaurnat next door. I stayed at the Best Western Plus Havre Inn & Suites for a quick overnight while in town on business. Overall I found the hotel to be very nice and well kept. I believe it is one of the newer properties in Havre, which is nice. As far as the rooms go I booked a "suite" as the price was only marginally more (around $12). I wouldn't go so far as classifying the room as a suite, more just a large room that happened to have beds and a couch. That being said, it was very clean. While I didn't use any of the on premise facilities, the pool and fitness areas seemed clean and functioning as well. I think the location is very good with access to a number of nearby restaurants and bars within only a few minutes walking distance. Two minor things I did not care for - first, the hotel has cameras everywhere with the live feed displayed prominently in the lobby. While I appreciate the notion of security and safety, as the hotel is billed as somewhat of an upscale property, the cameras are somehow distracting. Second, I didn't care for the toiletries in the shower. It was three dispensers (as opposed to individual bottles) containing shampoo, soap, and conditioner. All of the products where very watered down, which leads me to believe quality control in such an environment is fairly impossible. I would recommend staying at this Best Western. Overall it was a fine stay.

Hi, we stayed in this hotel for two nights. It had great service. The location was perfect and the breakfast was yummy. The rooms were very spacious and clean! The pool area had a slide and basketball court that my 15yr old enjoyed. The only thing I would say is that the pool area needed better ventilation. The smell of chemicals were very overwhelming when you were in there. However all in all an excellent stay. The best of the 4 hotels we stayed in in our trip from CA to MT.

Loved hosting our training day at this hotel! East to find, rooms were great, staff was terrific. Have Murphy's restaurant right across the parking lot was very convenient, since we don't provide lunch with our training. I can't say enough about how great the staff was. We had a problem with the set-up for billing my office and they were great about working everything out. Most places would have just insisted that I put everything on my credit card, which just transfers the problem to me. Instead, this staff was patient and willing to go out of their way to get the billing issues sorted out. I really appreciate that, and I will be eager to plan another event at this hotel.

The Best Western Plus Havre Inn and Suites in Havre, Montana not only offers you a comfortable stay, but a nice location right off of Highway 2. No need to go off the beaten path to find find them. Located as well at a very historical junction of Native American history that you can see right from the parking lot with a historical interpretive sign providing information and a clear view of the development of the town for the past 120 years. Comfort and History packaged together in a night's stay. Be prepared for the wind.

New(ish) hotel that is better than the Great Northern. Does have breakfast onsite. Clean rooms, clean facility and a nice workout facility and pool. Staff is friendly. Train traffic is not bad and did not keep me up at night.

The staff at Havre Best Western did a great job making our team feel welcome and comfortable. The bed was great; I slept very well. A small thing, but appreciated: the lighting and extra mirror in the bathroom were ideal for applying makeup. Many hotels do not consider lighting and mirrors from a woman's perspective. I highly recommend staying here.

New facility that is clean and well laid out and spacious. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. Just a little dark with the lighting in the rooms, mostly light bulb type. Good selection of breakfast items.

I am a business traveler/Road Warrior. In town for business. Best place to stay. Newer than the other Best Western in town. Both are on the railroad tracks but at least this location is up on a hill above the tracks. Try for a room on the front of the hotel - less noisy. Breakfast is adequate - typical of a hotel of this level. Murphy's Pub/Casino is in the same parking lot. Coupons for this given upon checkin at hotel. Nothing is a far drive in town. Would stay here again if back in the area.

I will stay here in haver and try to stay at best Western every place you keep place clean and the pool is clean. Plenty of parking. Have plenty of rooms .to stay in nice to have food vouchers. Nice to have coffee.

We stayed here on our trip to the states to watch the Superbowl. Very nice hotel, new and clean rooms. Hot tub was hot with powerful jets. Breakfast was good with lots of selection. A little more money than their sister hotel downtown but a lot newer. Close to Murphy's pub so a easy walk after watching the game.

This hotel doesn't disappoint for the Havre location. It's modern with a clean atmosphere and a reasonable quality of staff for the area. I stay there most of my bisness visits as I have had no issues with security at parking and have never discovered trash or biological hazards in any room, unfortunately small town Montana has a bad staff and unclean hotel room as a norm in my experience.

I was very friendly greeted by the receptionist upon arrival. Next day the assistant manager, Peggy, provided me with information how to get to my meeting location (my GPS did not work). She also provided me with information I needed for the next business meeting in town for next month. The staff contributed to the success of my business meeting tremendously. My room was very quiet and the bed even more comfortable than at my home. My stay at this Best Western Hotel was the best so far I experienced in the past.

Pleasant, clean place to stay. I have been coming here for business over the past year and usually book this hotel. It has always been staffed with friendly employees with well kept rooms. No complaints. The only drawback I can mention is that the breakfast quality has gone from excellent to (on one occasion) awful, and then back up to "ok".

This hotel is a newer hotel. Beds were nice as well as everything else in the hotel. The interior is very inviting. The only complaint that I can come up with, is that the front doors are locked if you have a late night and come back after midnight (2am for me). Had to walk around the side of the hotel to use my key to get into the hotel. But other than that the hotel will be on my go to list for Havre, MT.

I arrived a little after 3pm and my room was ready and I was checked in and in my room in no time at all. The room was very nice and spacious and the bathroom was very nice. I slept so well that I was a few mins late for my appointment! Would most certainly stay at the Best Western Plus Havre Inn & Suites in Havre, Montana again. *just a note - I traveled there from Glasgow (only about 160 miles) it is easier just to stay over in Havre for an early morning appointment.*

Excellent stay - an oasis. Beautifully appointed. Laundry room a plus. Would stay here again. We arrived after six days of hiking in Glacier and needed some luxury & comfort. Found it here. Having Murphy's Pub right next door was a plus.

Nice looking hotel. professional, friendly staff. great breakfast. The noise in the room about drove me crazy though. The AC unit continues to run and make noise even while off. There is a fan in the bathroom that also runs continuously. I had to sleep in earbuds just to try to get a few hours. I stay in hotels for business regularly every month. The noise in this room will keep me from coming back, especially since it is more expensive than the other hotel in town.

Staff in this hotel is always friendly and willing to help you with any questions you might have. I stayed in this hotel few times and notice that their rooms are always clean, no stuffy air in the room. Breakfast has good options, there is always fresh fruits :)

We were on our way home from Canada and just passing through the area. Very nice clean new hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Price was great too. There is a Brew Pub, Triple Dog Brewery down the street and a great Irish place to eat with in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again

A very impressive facility and staff! The complimentary breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The pool had a water slide and hot tub. Excellent anemities. Check in and check out is very efficient and the rooms were of high quality and cleanliness.

We stayed here for 1 night. Staff was very friendly, room clean, quiet and comfortable beds. Swimming pool and hot tub very nice. Breakfast was really good. I will be staying there again while in Havre visiting my grandkids attending MSU Northern.

Great Hotel, however make sure that you stay on the road side of the hotel, away from the Railway Tracks! The trains are constantly blowing whistle at crossing throughout the night! Value for the hotel is great, and we would stay there again. Murphy's Pub next door was within walking distance and the food and service was very good.

This is nicest place to stay in Havre. They are clean, friendly and offer a great breakfast. All amenities are up to date. The are also situated next to a decent pub. The wifi was the best around. Thanks for providing a great experience in Havre.

Decent hotel! Another clean stay which is always appreciated. Complimentary Internet and breakfast. They offer coupons to nearby eateries. Hotel is located on a hill overlooking train tracks. Beautiful. You will hear the train all night but that's the beauty of the town ?? High winds did knock out my TV service but that can't be controlled. Nice hotel

Beautiful hotel, wonderful people, very clean and new. Bed was a bit hard and breakfast could be better (eggs/sausage not great, rest was good). Overall really good experience and would stay again but hope they get better beds.

Stayed here for several days and it was a very good experience. The room was spacious, clean and well attended to. Staff was friendly and efficient, and the facility is new and well kept. We also enjoyed the generous breakfast provided daily. I would happily stay here again.

This is a brand new, sparkling clean hotel. It was a delight to stay here. The rooms were spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very large. Everything was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in Havre for a family reunion. Unfortunately, I got sick and so spent our entire stay in the hotel. I am please to say that it was restful and my relatives were happy that I didn't infect them. The hotel is new and in good condition. Prices were very reasonable. We had a handicap room by the door so it made it easy to get in and out. The room was perfect for my wife and her walker. The king bed was very comfortable. I was not disturbed when I slept during the day, even though there was a BNSF track nearby. The only noise was when people decided to have a conversation outside our door. The room also came with a TV, microwave and nice refrigerator. My wife enjoyed the breakfast buffet that came with the room. The only odd thing was that the handicapped shower sloped down on the outside (see picture). That meant that water flowed out as well as in. We had to build a towel dam to keep the bathroom from flooding. Fortunately, the tiles were NOT slippery when we. The front desk staff and housekeeping were friendly. We were very happy with our stay. We will stay there again the next time we are on the Hi Line. Five balloons.

Staying at the Best Western Plus Havre inn & Suites was an absolutely great experience. The decor was beautiful - in the lobby, our room, the place where we ate breakfast, work-out area, and even the halls. Everything was immaculate. Staff were so nice and helpful. I wish every hotel I stayed at was like this one - really and truly.

Best Western Havre Suites was an overall positive experience. We helped daughter and family move into the town and so were long-term "residents" - 2+ weeks. Room was large and comfortable - pool fun for all - staff was professional and helpful. Greatly enjoyed coming back "home" each night. Many thanks!

I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say about my stay. The staff was excellent, the room/bed was excellent, and the options on the free morning breakfast were endless. I'll be returning to Havre a number of times throughout the year, and this is where I'm going to stay!!

Stayed twice at the end of June while traveling through Montana. For a newer hotel there were a lot of housekeeping issues found through out the guest rooms and public areas. Breakfast was average for the type of hotel with a few hot items, and the area was not well attended to even though it appeared to be staffed.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The service was excellent - front desk people were wonderful. The lobby is stunning. Our room was luxurious - couldn't believe how high-end the décor was. Everything was very clean and comfy. The cost was extremely reasonable. Loved everything about our stay there and would definitely stay there again.

We recently stayed at the Best Western in Havre for a wedding in town. You can tell the property is new and well taken care of well. The staff was courteous and provided assistance (restaurant recommendations and such). I was pleased we where placed in a room with a view of the gulch & railroad, it was lovely seeing the sun raise and set over the gulch. You will hear the train but I'm a heavy sleeper so it was not an issue. If I ever return to Havre I will stay at this property again!

My parents need handicap accessible accommodations, and this hotel was tops. I made reservations that had to be changed at the last minute. The staff was so accommodating. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The pool and hot tub are really nice. Breakfast is yummy as well.

We had 2 rooms and they were great! My daughter and husband have 3 small children so with a King size bed and a couch that made into a bed was great for them!! Staff was very caring and helpful. Breakfast was also family friendly!

this hotel was recommended to me by a friend and it was perfect for our stay. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and efficient. Breakfast is included but is mostly carb based, ie bagels, cereal, toast. Gluten Free options were available upon request but we didn't take advantage of this. There is a restaurant/bar next door for lunch or dinner, Murphy's, which is convenient but neither food nor service was good. Other food options are either a walk down the road (about 1/2 mile) or short drive away. Would recommend the hotel, seemed to be the best option (by far) in Havre. View behind the hotel of the Buffalo Fall was amazing!

Room was great! Everyone there was so helpful and kind. There was hot breakfast and fresh coffee. Very impressed with the newness of the whole hotel and how clean everything was! We had a two bed with pullout couch room and it slept 4 people very comfortably.

Excellent new facility with a caring staff. All new building with all the bells and whistles. Brand new everything. Staff and their commitment to making my stay enjoyable was outstanding. Being a blunt person, filling up this square with a minimum of 200 characters is a challenge.

There are 2 Best Western Plus's in Havre, and make sure to stay at the NEW BW Plus by the bison jump. The older BW Plus Great Northern is fine, but not the beauty and charm of the new BW Plus. We arrived after 10 hours of travel and feeling weary, our spirits were lifted by Summer who checked us in and got us such a nice room. Thank you Summer for your expertise and kindness. Thank you BW Plus for a beautiful restful environment.

Very pleasing place to stay in Havre. Rooms are so spacious and the breakfast was delicious! Found the mattresses a little firm for us, but that is of course a matter of personal taste. Very clean rooms and friendly staff to check in and out.

This hotel is at the top of an old bison jump and the view shows it. There is a bit of shopping near by and a couple of restaurant options within walking distance. It is a new facility and just at the edge of town as to give you peace and quiet yet practical enough that you won't waste any time driving out of the way. If you come through the town of Havre, MT, this is an excellent stop where you can get well rested.

Hotel room was clean and roomy. Backs up to a railroad yard, so not the greatest view. Thought the trains would be noisy, but they didn't bother us. Coffee maker broke down, no big deal as the Continental Breakfast downstairs was wonderful. Conveniently close to Montana State University Northern. Restaurants are also close by.

We were in the area for a family event/celebration and choose this hotel due to being newer, location and amenities. I had made a reservation notifying that I would be using some of my points. Upon check in the desk clerk was willing to make the changes to my reservations which were not noted from when I made my reservations - I wish I could remember her names as she was very helpful and made sure to meet my requests. We had a nice room location with a view of the railroad yard and valley. The noise from the railroad wasn't to loud even during the night or early morning hours. The rooms are large with comfortable seating and area to work while away. We found that we need to grab a towel before getting into the shower so we could have ready upon turning off the water. Through out our stay we used the hotel services; Breakfast on Friday morning was hot, plenty of food and good....Saturday morning however was very disappointing no hot food at all (she was cooking it was her comment) after over a half hour of waiting nothing came out....no sausage, no eggs, no gravy.....the only things available was some bread, pastries, make yourself a waffle or have some yogurt. Not sure if it was lack of planning on the breakfast attendants part or lack of train. The most disappointing part is she didn't care that she wasn't providing food to guests. Friday evening 8pm we had some family stop by our room as we all were all heading for dinner - including our grandson....who of coarse was excited to see us. Family weren't in our room for 10 minutes and we received a call from the front desk about having a non-registered child in our room. My son answered the phone so I didn't have an opportunity to let them know my thoughts on their call!! AT 8PM...REALLY!!! Hotel Guest don't have any one stop by your rooms and don't make any noise in any way! Our reservation was to Monday so we were surprised to find on Sunday morning our receipt slid under our door. I called the front desk to confirmed that indeed we were registered for another night. We were there for a family event/celebration staying at this hotel was not as pleasant as it should have been.

Rooms are clean and rooms are big. Beds very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good but everything single day is the same thing. They do not switch items breakfast. Staff is friendly. Overall its a nice clean hotel to stay in.

Great hotel! How refreshing to have a new and modern hotel in Havre. I travel there about once a year for work, and this hotel was well-designed, clean, modern, spacious and in a great location. I will certainly continue to stay there for work! The meeting space was great as well, and the staff was very friendly.

Newest & best hotel in the Havre area. The rooms are nicely appointed, wi-fi is available throughout all areas, it's quiet in this location, and the breakfast serves actual food (e.g. the eggs came out of a shell, not a box). Has a little higher quality feel than the other offerings in town.

This is the only place I will stay in Havre! Hard to believe this facility is in this town! Rooms are spacious and clean, facility is great. Breakfast is way above above average. I was impressed with the courtesy and professionalism displayed by staff.

New hotel, very nice, large rooms, exceptionally clean! You get a free drink and $5 free play in the restaurant and casino next door. Breakfast is included with room and they have very nice fireplace in the dining room. I travel this area on business frequently and its always where I overnight when possible.

I stayed here for a short business trip and was totally impressed by the grandeur of this hotel. In Havre, Mt. It seemed so out of place! We wondered why we couldn't stay in hotels this nice in the bigger cities we travel to. HUGE rooms, all amenities, so clean. Beautiful views of Havre and the river. We may travel to Havre more often... :)

My first time staying at this Best Western. This hotel is spotless and my room was very clean and spotless. Beds are comfortable and the thermostat works great which i was there in the cold weather time. My room was spacious. This property is keep up very well. My room was on the backside facing the railroad tracks and i am a light sleeper and i did not here any trains pass by, but i was on the 3rd floor.

I stayed at this Motel 1/13/16 and if you are passing through Havre Mt. this is the place to stay. It sits on top of a hill overlooking the city and country side so the view is awesome. All the employees are very friendly and the room was great with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a motel.

This hotel in Havre was the perfect place for me to retreat from a winter storm. The staff was friendly, and the accommodations top notch. The room was large, bed comfortable, and best of all, it was quiet. It will be where I stay next time I'm in Havre.

Would highly recommend this hotel to couples or families as it has a nice pool facility and rooms are very large. Would recommend asking for a room on the south side as on the north side there is train noise.

Nice hotel. Bed was awesome. Room and shower were very clean, tv remote didn't work but no big deal. View was awesome, didn't mind the train in the morning at all. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was very accommodating to Canadians. Nice place, I would stay there again.

New and very clean, which is my first priority in a hotel. Good location with a restaurant next door for easy access for the tired traveler. Breakfast similar to most hotels with complimentary breakfast. Although it is next to train tracks and my room was track side, it was not too noisy. I would recommend the hotel if you are staying in Havre.

This is a beautiful, brand new, hotel setting on top of a hill with magnificent views. Probably the best looking Best Western I've stayed at. Everything you need is very close to this property, the rooms and beds are extremely comfortable and very spacious. Their is no hotel in that town even close to the quality of this property.

After reading reviews in TripAdvisor, decided to give the Best Western Plus in Havre a try. We were not disappointed. Very nice and newer hotel. The girl at the front desk seemed to be very busy, but still was friendly upon check in. We requested a top floor, and they were able to accommodate us. We had a nice view of the basins, but also of the train tracks. My husband was fascinated with the trains. One would think that you would hear them all night long, but we did not hear them at all. The room had excellent lighting, and the wifi worked quite well. Beds were quite comfortable, too, with sufficient pillows. Had a very nice breakfast the next morning with real plates and silverware! They are a bit on the pricey side, but we decided to treat ourselves once.

You are going to love this location in Havre because of the view. It is a new hotel and very clean and well staffed. Definitely check it out if you can, the rooms are clean and comfortable and it is just beautiful walking around the bluff that it sits on. For unknown numbers of years, the Natives used that spot for a bison jump to feed their tribes. Now you can comfortably sleep and relax in one of the most prized areas for the Native Americans hunting practices.

Overall the hotel is very nice , I had two issues, they checked me into a room that had not been cleaned and when I went back to the front desk they wouldn't believe me?? 15 minutes later they upgraded me so it did get resolved. The biggest issue was the dogs at 5--530 in the morning the border dogs were barking for half an hour--not good.

Brand new, sparkling clean, very roomy, comfortable beds and PLUSH!!! We paid $104.00 and it was by far the nicest motel we stayed in on our trip to Minneapolis!! Would definitely recommend! Front desk was courteous and they offer a very good free breakfast as well.

Beautiful, well appointed new hotel. Nice bedding. Had gorgeous views of Milk River basin from third floor. Room was well lit and had good work area. Our room had coffee, a microwave and a fridge. The hotel is located outside of the main business area and the only nearby restaurant was Murphy's Irish pub. This has OK bar food but is loud and busy and not a relaxing dining environment. The indoor pool includes a spa that was nice and hot. The exercise room and business center were available on a 24 hour basis, which is very important for me. The breakfast was hearty enough but pretty standard. There was eggs, sausage, production pastries, some fruit, etc. The usual. Our room was a bit on the spendy side for retirees, but our experience was a good one. Trains? We did not hear any.

We stayed here with other family and friends to watch sporting events at the College. Great rates for college families, clean hotel, close to an Irish Pub, very nice rooms. We will stay here again in the future.

It was built right in front of the BNSF railroad. At night, the trains blow whistle a few times and woke me up every time. I couldn't sleep at all. The staffs are very nice. The breakfast is fresh but nothing special. I would recommend this place if the trains didn't blow whistle in the middle of night.

We stayed for two nights on our journey from Chicago to Glacier NP. This nearly new hotel is easy to find being on a hill just outside the town. Parking is plentiful and luggage carts are available. We got a very friendly welcome from Summer and check in was swift and efficient. We had a top floor room with a pleasant view of the surrounding country over the train tracks. Everything was spotless and we felt we had plenty of space and storage. They have an clean indoor pool and guest laundry plus a small fitness room. Every member of staff we encountered was welcoming. Our only criticism was the free breakfast. We had it on our first morning and it was very disappointing. The hot items were poor - undercooked hash browns, very solid fried eggs and some processed meat. The pastry selection we tried was stale as were the bagels. We decided to give it a miss the following day and went down the road to the 4B Restaurant who will take care of all your breakfast needs. If you choose to stay in Havre for either business or leisure bear in mind that this is a train town and regular freight and passenger trains rumble through day and night every one driven by a potential Casey Jones. We really loved this hotel with its crisp new feel and excellent staff.
