    « Clean, but customer service poor »

    I chose this hotel based on the photo shown at the time of booking. Room did NOT match; photo was of an upgraded room. Staff refused to give me the pictured room and refused any upgrade whatsoever. Price of booking dropped $35 the day after my booking and staff refused to match the price- considering the bait and switch, that seemed extra inflexible. Room was clean, but heat did not work unless turned up to 90. Could not fall asleep until 2am because I was freezing.

    Very friend!y helpful staff! Wonderful mattress, even being on the busy road room was very quiet. Very clean with high end amenities. Breakfast was satisfactory.Has a great sleep and park program if using Chicago O'Hare. Highly recommend this reasonable clean motel.

    « Great Stop Over Hotel »

    We arrived late after a 9 hour flight from Europe. The shuttle driver, Tony, arrived promptly after we called Jesus at the hotel to request pickup. Tony was friendly and for a short time helped lift our spirits and made us forget how tired we were. Jesus quickly checked us in upon our arrival at the hotel and we went to our clean, nicely appointed room. There was a single cup coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. Unfortunately we were too tired to enjoy the coffee or make use of the microwave. We had a room on the street side of the hotel which they say could be a little noisy, but if you're tired, you aren't going to notice. The room was a good size with 2 comfortable queen size beds and lots of pillows to snuggle in. The air conditioner ran fairly quietly and cooled the room well. The lavatory was separate from the toilet and shower. Again we didn't really have time to use these facilities but did notice nice fluffy white towels in the bathroom. As we prepared to leave at 4:30 AM, Cherry, the desk attendant, had breakfast ready as she knew many of the guests were leaving earlier than the usual 6 AM start time. Guests could dine on fresh waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, ham, french toast, assorted pastries, fruit, juices, cold cereal, and fresh coffee. Lanny, the shuttle driver, quickly transported us to the airport and bid us farewell and safe travels. This isn't the Hilton or Waldorf but it is a great place to rest a weary body between flights. The staff is super great and ease the tensions of stressful air travel, or any travel.

    Price was good but there was a lot of traffic noise, in addition to the noise, we had a king size bed and it was rock hard and the pillows were lumpy, during check out I wasn't offered how I would like to pay, I had wanted to pay cash but she had already ran my card and never even asked how our stay was or how I would like to pay.

    I just stayed at this hotel over the weekend, I loved the whole time I was there. Jesus at the Front Desk was very helpful and friendly to me when I checked in the Friday night. The Airport shuttle came timely and didn't have any problems, the gentleman driver was very nice and helpful. My hotel room was very clean and comfortable especially the bathroom, and everything else was great. The morning breakfast was tasty and great especially the items from White Castle. I loved the Juice they had, the waffle maker they had and the other items they had to choose from. I will definitely be staying again at this hotel when I come to visit Chicago again soon.     Hotel was average but...staff was excellent! Ray was very helpful during a stressful situation while traveling. Everyone else very helpful-they put breakfast out early for our early departure. Shuttle great right on time. Room reeked of cleaner, interior ok. Good place to stay if you need an overnight close to the airport. Really can't say enough about the staff.

    the rooms actually look as described, hotel is near the airport, have free shuttle, and service is quite good, you can build your own breakfast, and there is a fast food restaurant that delivers 24/7, the only thing with the restaurant is that you need to check your order is complete/correct

    I stayed here while business trip to Franklin Park. The price is fair and breakfast can be included. Breakfast contains serial, yogurt, scrambled eggs, bacon, minced meat mini stakes, a possibility to make wafer and toast bread... So pretty ok, just better not to expect a full continental breakfast, though. The hotel has indoor pool and a gym which I didn't have a chance to use, so unfortunately I'm not able to tell more than there are such. The rooms were tidy and quite big. Nothing fancy, yet nothing was missing either. The bed was great, not too soft but not too hard either. The pillows were great as well as were the towels. The shower was quite poor and it took a while to be able to get hot water (could be that that is the case in states in general though). The water pressure was not too great either even though I wasn't located on the top (4th) floor. The hotel has free Wireless LAN, but it's not secured, so please consider VPN or similar to ensure Your privacy. I also had some hard time with the WiFi, the connection got lost every now and then. It was working far better in the upper floors of the hotel, so I assume the antenna is somewhere there. Should You work from Your room, please have it from upper floors. In general this is a quiet hotel, although there were a lot of guests coming and going. My room didn't face the street, so the room was pretty quiet. The next room neighbor though woke me up at one night with the sound of the TV. I don't know whether the TV had its volume high or are the wall just so thin. The hotel is located pretty far away from ?everything? so I suggest You have a car to be able to come and go as You please. There is a shuttle service to airport, but not sure whether they take You to other places. Public transport is not an option. At least I couldn't see any bus stops or anything nearby. There are few gas stations and markets near by the hotel, but no big shopping malls etc. nearby. We drove all the way to Woodfield mall which was awesome and not that far away, but for sure You need a car for that. If You are going to downtown Chicago from this hotel, I'd suggest You drive up to Rosemont and leave Your car there for 10 $ / 14 hours (parking in downtown Chicago is 7 - 10 $ / hour). From Rosemont You should take a train to downtown. I'd say if You have business in Franklin park or don't mind the longer travel to malls or downtown this hotel is for You. If You are looking for luxury, good public transportation or short distance to downtown, please check out other alternatives. There should be plenty.

    « Don't stay here..... Unless you smoke. »

    Night manager was annoyed by our visit. Refused a shuttle ride to a restaurant that the shuttle driver offered to give us. After explaining we have Celiac Disease, are hungry and have been traveling all night, he handed me to pizza menus and said that's all he can offer. The room smelled like smoke from someone smoking on our floor. The original room we reserved we were told smelled like smoke so he downgraded the room. That room was dirty. So we were moved again. The shuttle driver wanted to go to the airport early so we were unable to eat breakfast.

    « The Worst Hotel Experience ever !! »

    Choose another hotel, any hotel as this one is BAD. First they have wifi but the internet is basically so slow that it is unusable. Slower than 1 MBPS based upon speediest.net. Front dest re-set which did nothing other than knock out ant service at all. Secondly there were feces stains on the wash cloth. Was disgusting. I have eaten many hotel free breakfast but what was offered at this hotel was uneatable. The instant eggs were gritty and one bite of sausage patty revealed a frozen inside. Moreover they charged over $ 300 since there was a convention in town. I'll sleep in my rental car before I stay at another Best Western.

    Horrible hotel! My son and I stayed here. We were in the room less than an hour and went to sleep. The toilet did not work in the morning. I called the front desk and the attendant Monica apologized and said she would send someone up sometime soon. Meanwhile my son and I had no means to go to the bathroom. I asked to speak to the manager and I got Maria. She proceeded to tell me I broke the toilet and it was my fault I did not check it. I got very angry and she hung up on me. She never called me back when I asked for a call back from Monica. Monica was equally incompetent and terrible. Never stay here!!! I had to go to another room of other guests to use their toilet. Embarrassing !!!! Maria W. GM and Monica Front Desk are horrible.

    The hotel was only partially full yet they put us in a room right next to the busy street which was noisy all night. There was food in the refrigerator left over from a previous guest, there was paper scraps on the floor of the room, the toilet ran all of the time and the internet was not working most of the time.

    « Okay, but not up to usual Plus standards »

    We were here for a family member's funeral. Everyone was nice enough. The hotel wasn't bad, but on the lowere end compared to other Best Western Plusses that we have experienced. Staff was warm, but did not follow through with the rate we were promised on the phone. Food was average and hotel was clean, but hallways had an odor. Fine for one night, but if we went again, I would try the Regular Best Western in Rosemont.

    The street noise was terrible. Windows old. Shuttle service not clearly spelled out. Long wait at airport. Other guests noisy and tried to get into my room. Shuttle driver tried to help me out by stopping for some food at a drive through and got yelled at by the night manager. There was no food at or near the hotel. I would not recommend this place or ever stay here again. Neighborhood marginal.

    Stayed overnight for a flight the next day. The room was clean with wifi, microwave and a good breakfast. There were two fast food places within walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

    I spent two nights at Best Western O'Hare International South Hotel in Franklin Park, IL. I was in Chicago for an annual business trip and this hotel provided several amenities at a great price per night. The establishment is clean and well kept, especially the rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.

    « Early Flight at O'Hare Affordable Quality Hotel »

    Due to an early flight from O'Hare to Miami and not wanting to wake up in the middle of the night to take a shuttle I began to search for reasonably priced hotel nearby with shuttle service. I have used Best Western many time over the years as my son played ice hockey and was on a travel team. Additionally have used it for pleasure during vacations and having my son stay at the Rockville MD location during a visit. Excellent service, clean and fantastic breakfast offerings.

    CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING!!! The internet was super fast, The rooms are nicely decorated and beds are very comfortable. I was very impressed with all the amenities of the room , everything worked perfect. I loved the fact that there was a fresh coffee all day long in the lobby and fresh iced water. I would definitely recommed this hotel to my friends and family.

    This hotel is very reasonable for the Chicago O'Hare area. We booked it because of the 24/7 airport shuttle. What we did not realize, if you just want a shuttle to the airport to catch the train downtown it will cost you $10. It is only free if you are going to or from the airport to catch a plane or arrive from a plane. The shuttle pick up/drop off is at door 3 of the bus/shuttle center directly in front of the Marriot hotel.The staff was excellent. Jesus was very personable and helpful. When we left a 3:30 AM, Art had made breakfast so we could grab a bite to eat prior to leaving. Way above and beyond great service! There is no where close to walk to eat near this hotel. There is a Denny's about 4 to 5 blocks away. If you want to try to walk to a CTE train stop (Rosemont) I would not recommend it. It appears about 4 to 5 miles away on very busy highways. The room was quiet and clean but with a hint of cigarette smoke smell. We notified the front desk and they said it was because the room used to be a smoking room. Upon closer inspection the carpet has old cigarette burns in it. All and all, it was a good stay if you are on a tight budget and are not surprised by the extra cost for the airport shuttle to catch a train Again the staff was excellent and if you need a very early shuttle this might be the place to stay as some hotels do not run very early or late. Parking is free.

    I stayed here at this hotel earlier and I immensely enjoyed myself and the staff there was very sweet to me even at checkout. The shuttle was great and timely and the gentleman was very patient and accommodating. Then theres the breakfast that they serve, it was very tasty and delicious especially the items from White Castle. When I come to Chicago again in a few months time, I will definitely want to stay here again and I recommend this hotel for a fair price, transportation, and the amenities, I love it!

    « Worse customer service EVER!!! »

    This place has the rudest front desk people I ever encountered!!! We checked in 20 min early and they charged is an extra $10. They told us that they have a 24 hour shuttle which was not true!!! They stranded us at the airport for two hours at 11:45 at night. The night desk person hung up on us 5 times and was extremely RUDE!!! Do NOT stay here!!!

    We stayed here for two nights. The hotel has been recently renovated. Our room was lovely, modern, comfortable, well equipped , and spotlessly clean. The breakfast area was pleasant with a good range of hot and cold options and again very clean and well looked after. There is a gym and indoor pool which we didn't use but looked fine. All the staff we met were excellent and did a great job. The hotel is in the suburbs of Chicago near to the airport. It is very easy to get into Chicago by train from here-there are several stations nearby- approximately 2-4 miles away. Trains are frequent during commuter hours- and take you to Union Street right in the heart of the city- for 5 dollars. If you don't want to pay Chicago hotel prices- much more than twice the cost of this hotel- or drive in a city-and pay high car parking prices and you like using public transport- hotels on the outskirts with good public transport are a great alternative. This one is also very convenient for the airport and for the new fashion outlets. There is no outside sitting area or gardens and we had some problems getting wifi on all of our devices- but overall this was a great hotel.

    We stayed there for one night and will never forget that. It is truely unforgetable because the staff, Art, was amazing. He always made sure that were completely satisfied and we had everything we needed. Will definitely go back to this hotel and I recommend it to everybody.     We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and were pleasantly surprised how clean and friendly this place was. The breakfast was hot and free, there was plenty to chose from. We also used the pool and a hot tub to relax. Clean room is a big deal for me when staying at any hotel and our room was very clean. Our bed was extra comfy. The hotel staff was very helpful and polite. We forgot to pack our toothbrushes but this was not a problem because the hotel staff helped us rightaway with this problem, and we were even given toothpaste. This hotel has great location, it is close to the airport and to the city. Overall my husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Best Western we would defenetly stay at this hotel again.

    We just stopped for one night after attending a wedding and my husband and I were so impressed by the competent and friendly service we received when arriving. My husband and I both use canes and the staff insisted on helping us with our luggage. They could not have been nicer. Every employee in every capacity that we encountered until our check out was exceptionally courteous and friendly. Our room was lovely and, most important, very clean. Lighting for putting on makeup could have been a little better, however, and that was the only small negative at this hotel. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

    We liked to stay at this hotel near the airport because returning the vehicle was very accessible to the nearby rental agency near the O'Hare Airport. It took five minutes to drop the vehicle at the rental centre before the airport - it was our pleasure.

    Comfortable room, good bed and surprisingly quiet location. Decent value for Chicago. Good wifi. The shuttle was a little slow from the airport. But it was timely on the following day. Breakfast choices were adequate, but not a lot of variety and the dining area is very small. There are a few fast food choices within easy walking distance. A bonus for families is a small city park right behind the hotel.

    This hotel has been upgraded by throwing new paint and furniture at it. Was done in such a sloppy fashion that it probably would be better off if nothing but a good cleaning had been done. The water pressure is REALLY BAD.

    I stayed at the Best Western Plus in Franklin Park,Illinois for 5 nights starting June 9th. I had a very relaxing time the room was clean and nice and the staff was out of this world. They were VERY accommodating quite nice and friendly and were quite helpful with any request that I made. They even gave me a ride in the hotel van to a local restaurant one night for dinner and came and got me when I was done. The breakfast bar was quite nice and tasty warm well prepared food.     « Do not stay here! »

    This hotel has horrible management. My wife and I travel for our company extensively and attempted to make reservations via phone multiple times since we were going to be working in the area. We do use the CLC corporate lodging program for our hotels. We attempted multiple tims to make a reservation to stay here and they either did not want to make the reservation or not for all the days we needed. And yes they did have rooms available for our entire stay (if we paid with a credit card) They just wanted to allow a reservation for weekdays, but not over the weekend for the days we needed for work. We finally called CLC and they made the reservation for us ( for the entire timeframe!). Well, when we showed up the front desk clerk now informs us that they are not honoring the weekend aspect of our reservation. Great...in Chicago and we have to find another hotel on the spot ( than you very much....). It is CLC policy that if there are rooms available they are to allow us to be able to stay. Stay away and do not go to such a dishonest hotel!

    « understaffed, poor food choices »

    Understaffed, poor shuttle, horrible breakfast. Pool closed, Room was great, once we got in at night it was fine, morning got locked out of room, no one at desk, she was running the breakfast area too. Still with a smile but we had to go find her, one of the guest suggested looking in the breakfast room. I don't know why both our keys were voided it was only 9:00 am.

    They actually had the FULL breakfast (hot eggs, sausage) plus waffles , pastries, cereal etc. ready for me when i was signed up to take the shuttle at 430 in the morning. apparently they make it ready for the earliest shuttle that has guests riding on it. Shuttle driver and hotel staff very helpful and polite.

    If you're looking at this hotel for its closeness to downtown Chicago, you'll be disappointed. Basically it's about a forty minute drive into town, $40-50 taxi fare, $25 or so uber car. The hotel itself is excellent, the front desk staff are also great. My only disappointment was when I left my mobile phone in a taxi, I asked for two days if someone could look at the cctv to confirm the cab company, the outside camera was directly where the taxi dropped us, but apparently they couldn't tell much from it? (Personally I don't think the manager bothered to look) However the hotels rooms were immaculate, they had everything you could need in them. The coffee was good too, which isn't always the case. ******Be careful in the shower, as the bath is very slippery******Breakfast was included, and it was also very good, the wifi could be very annoying at times. We stayed here for four nights, and I am glad that we did.

    « Odd place for a tub! »

    Stayed for a night in May. I chose this hotel due to it's proximity to work site. I had a very large room with King bed and a Jacuzzi tub in the middle of the room! Odd place for a tub but what the heck I was only there one night. indoor pool was closed and looked to be permanent. workout room was sparse. Around 10 pm the front desk called up to ask if I was smoking in the room. It seems there was a malfunction of the smoke detector in my room sending an alarm to them.

    Staying for business at an airport hotel for weeks at a time sounds like a pretty dreary assignment. But the staff at this hotel makes the trips not only bearable, but actually pleasant. Maria is so warm and welcoming and she trains her staff to be the same. The service is consistent and this is just a nice little hotel where you are greeted each day with a smile and even a hug.

    The hotel was nice and quiet. My preferred hotel was booked for our getaway but this was just fine.The staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking was convenient so it was not hard to find a decent spot.

    Nice rooms, great staff, low price. Overall this place is and amazing hotel value. Coffee, tea and flavored water always available as you enter. WiFi was fast and consistent. The complimentary breakfast was filling and delicious. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The interaction I had with the staff was amazing. They were so hospitable and thoughtful. I will be back and I will recommend this hotel to everyone!

    The staff at this hotel was very nice. They not only answered our questions, but were excited to do so. The room was your average nice room. Breakfast wasn't to my liking, but it seemed like most other people were enjoying it. We stayed for the shuttle service to the airport and they were very prompt in every matter of transportation. We made our flight on time and they picked us up as soon as we called. Pool was closed when we were there. Call before and ask if you are staying for the swimming pool. We will try to stay here again when using Ohare airport if the price is right.

    « Really nice for a quick stay »

    We stayed at this hotel for it's location between spending a day in downtown Chicago and planning to spend the next day in the suburbs. We got an excellent price in time since they filled up by the time we checked in. The hotel looks to have been updated recently as the room was really nice. The water pressure in the shower wasn't so great, but turning the type of pressure to another seemed to help. The breakfast was pretty good for being free, especially the waffles, but standard fare that I would expect.

    Very helpful and always offering to get everything squared away for you. We were recommended a late night restaurant which was great and not expensive at all. The only downfall was that the pool was being remodeled, but other than that everything was wonderful. Stayed 2 nights.

    Hotel was acceptable. Obvious they are working to make it better but Kizzy at the front desk was terrific...friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The bed was very comfortable. Coffee easy to make for early departure. Shuttle to airport with no problems.

    We were greeted by friendly, smiling front desk person named Monika. We checked in and since we are Gold Crown Club members, she gave us a free upgrade to a Jacuzzi ste. She was also very helpful with directions to what we were looking for. Very clean, hot/cold comp. breakfast. Right on main road from airport. Free shuttle. Free parking

    This is a wonderful hotel. Would definitely stay at this location again and would recommend to others. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. We really felt comfortable. Great location as far as access to a variety of food and CVS.

    We stayed the night before flying out of o'hare the next morning. The room was clean and comfortable and check in was smooth. The neighborhood is so-so and the road noise is constant, but we were able to use the a/c fan to limit what disturbed us and we felt safe at all times. The part of the trip that impressed us was when we needed to leave for the airport at 3:30am. Front desk guy, "Art", gave us a wake-up call and then got out breakfast items like fresh fruit, yogurt and pastries that we could take with us. What a super extra since we did not expect to be able to utilize the free breakfast offering at 3:30am! The shuttle driver also was polite and a careful driver that we enjoyed chatting and riding with. I would for sure stay here again.

    The hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. My room was tastefully furnished and very comfortable. I had to leave at 6:30 am and the staff laid the breakfast on a little earlier than the usual 6 am just to be sure I had a chance to eat before I left. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

    The staff went out of their way to accomodate my needs. My room was clean and spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. While it wasn't fancy, it was certainly a great value for the price. I would highly recommend this hotel.

    I really think this is the best hotel near O'Hare airport especially the Airport Shuttle Van. The gentleman was so patient and friendly driving the Airport Shuttle Van. I absolutely loved their breakfast, it was tasty and yummy and hit the spot in the morning when I needed it. It was easy to get around on the public transportation especially when I was going to the Downtown area and it was in a decent area. It wasn't noisy or seedy or anything like that. I really enjoyed myself here and will stay here again when I come again soon which I plan to do. Everything I needed was here and when I needed it, I will recommend this hotel to any new travelers like myself just as I also would recommend the Carlton Inn near Midway Airport. I will stay here again when I visit Chicago the next time over.

    Beautiful lobby. Fantastic customer service! Rooms were immaculate. I am very, very picky and was very pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend this place. My only regret is missing the hot breakfast which I understand from other guests was delicious. I will definitely be back!

    Inside the room, the internet was working. Beds were comfy and the pillows were soft to the touch. Coffee was available 24/7 and that was great. Guest bathrooms were clean and sparkly. Breakfast eggs and waffle was yummy. Heater was working well since it was tremendously cold outside that day. All the staff I encountered from check-in, middle of the night person and checkout person were all professional. Also, the parking lot had plenty of parking space for my truck. Overall, the customer service provided to me was very professional and very enjoyable. The facilities were great and offered me many amenities.

    This is not the best Best Western I've stayed in, but it was clean and comfortable. Front desk agents take their smoke breaks right at the entrance, which was a funky first impression. Though they took care of our luggage after our check out and was very nice when I needed late night food recommendations. There is a Denny's near by that opens late. Location is an hour away from downtown by train and bus. There's not much to look at in this neighborhood. Not the ideal location for tourists.

    My stay was excellent. I was surprised at how clean and wonderful this hotel was. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were one of the most comfortable and softest I have ever laid on. The 40-inch TVs was a nice touch, along with a variety of channels available, including HBO. The breakfast items to select from were all good and oh-so delicious. The front desk staff (Monika, Art, Jesus and Don) were all so very helpful with all my questions. The shuttle I needed to the airport was on time and the shuttle driver was polite and a wonderful driver. The internet connection was available throughout the hotel and was free of charge. I needed to get some work done and because their internet speed was excellent, I was able to finish some work on my laptop. I will definitely stay again at the Best Western Plus O'Hare International South since I think I just discovered the best hotel that O'Hare has to offer.

    The hotel was quiet and clean. The staff was excellent, polite and very knowledgeable with all questions you may have. The quality of the breakfast items were excellent with lots of variety. The shuttle driver was on time and very polite. Anyone looking for a great hotel to stay while in Chicago, the Best Western Plus O'Hare International South is a great to choice to stay. We will definitely be staying at this wonderful hotel again.

    The rooms were clean. Internet Wifi speed was fast. Breakfast was delicious. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My shuttle to the airport was on schedule and prompt. There were lots of food options as there were many places that delivered to the hotel. TVs in the rooms were 40" inches of wonderful entertainment. Overall, just a wonderful experience.

    « Over priced, you do not get what you paid for »

    #1 the vending machine was never restocked, the snacks in the lobby are over priced.(1.25 for a .25 bag of chips?) #2 I left an item behind by mistake, I called to retrieve it. I was told to wait until the next business date.. I called the 1-800 number explained what I was told.... the front desk said the manager will be in at 11:30 pm I could come then. I was told my items were locked in an office only the manager had access. When I arrived I spoke to the front desk "Art" ( who knew nothing about my phone call) APPARENTLY my items weren't locked up and I didn't need a manager. Whomever I spoke to lied and did not tell his co-worker anything that happened. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I won't be back...

    My friends and I arrived late into O'Hare (midnight). I called for a shuttle to the hotel as soon as we landed and the driver was there by the time we made it to the shuttle pickup. No waiting! :) When we arrived, we checked in and were taken to our room. Omg, the room. It. Was. Beautiful. And super clean. Muuuuch fancier than I expected. It felt like I was in a Marriott, and was even nicer than some of the Marriotts I've stayed in. The beds were really comfortable too. To boot, there was a full (and I mean full) breakfast in the morning with hot food, pastries, waffles, the works! The only reason I'm giving this 4 stats instead of 5 is that the front desk called our room a little after 1 am (because, like I said, we checked in late) asking if the room was okay. I get that they were trying to provide good customer service, but 1 am?? Really?? I was a little ticked because I was already asleep. The phone call startled me awake and I couldn't get back to sleep for another hour. Not happy about that, seeing as I had to wake up early. Note to Best Western: calling guests at 1 am is a bad idea. However, I was happy overall and the staff there was really nice.

    This hotel is a short shuttle ride from O'Hare airport. The shuttle drivers were the only negative side of our experience here. The shuttle will take you to the blue line to get into the city. The cost is $10 per room. We chose a cab however which cost us $16.00 to get to the Rosemont station. The rooms were very clean and large. Our room appeared to be freshly painted. Breakfast buffet had a good selection. Food was good. Prices were very good. Other than the inconvenience of not having transportation within walking distance our stay was great.

    Stayed here during the NLCS playoff games. It's not the most convenient to Wrigleyville or downtown Chicago but it was very easy to get there. The hotel is very clean and they have an airport shuttle that will pick you up from Door 3 at O'Hare transportation center. Short ride from airport to hotel. The shuttle will also take you to the blue line train. Rooms rates were very reasonable. Good variety for breakfast buffet. Front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating. Excellent service.

    The shutlle service is awful, the driver is grumpy, he doesn't know how to drive and complained about the hour that he was requested, the employees are rude besides this all I got stolen and they didn`t asssume the guilty.

    Nice hotel, convenient for the International airport. We booked in advance for two separate nights. The first night was a stopover arriving from Manchester, UK before flying on to Salt Lake City next day. Phoned hotel from airport for the shuttle and was told it would be there in 20 minutes. After 1 hour and 10 minutes of standing outside with luggage and two phone calls later, shuttle arrived. My husband is disabled and found it very difficult. Room nice but noisy from the traffic all night. Went for breakfast next morning, only us. Receptionist was sat on the dining room all the time we were eating and would not leave us alone. She then started complaining about the management. It was very uncomfortable. We were not looking forward to return but it was pre booked We did return for the night before our flight home. What a difference! Staff polite, courteous and efficient. Shuttle arrived promptly after 20 minutes. It was late and we were hungry. Manageress recommended diner 5 minutes Away and shuttle would take us but they did offer a takeaway service ! The food was beautiful and wholesome. Soup homemade and piping hot. The member of staff who was complaining previously had been "removed". Would definitely stay again.

    Do not be miss led by shuttle available. The sign up clip board says $10/ room one way. Upon actually requesting a shuttle it was $10/person.....much more expensive than a taxi. Not convenient to public transportation either. The actual bill was more than initially quoted. Don't seem to be terribly honest or friendly. Better hotels all along the road. Breakfast was the only saving grace.

Greeted at the door upon walk in and breakfast was amazing......Rooms were very clean and "FRESH" Love that fresh clean smell.....you can tell the staff cares about there work and it shows....     We were there only 1 night and during our stay the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable as well. The breakfast was good. Good value for the money. We used the complementary airport shuttle as well.

    This hotel is located in an industrial area with any type of amenities a distance away. It is NOT within a few minutes from the airport as stated. It took the shuttle 40+min to get to me, while other hotel shuttles made continual rounds. The driver had every excuse in the world about why he couldn't make it any sooner, yet it took only 12 min to get to the hotel. My room was not ready upon my arrival at 5:30 pm and I had to wait for over an hour to get my room. Breakfast is so so,, with little food left if you are not in the dining area by 7:00 am. This place caters to large bus tour groups, and if you are not part of the tour, you are pretty much out of luck for service. The hotel is located on a small parking lot with no amenities, no charm, on a very busy and noise highway. The rooms facing the highway have extremely high noise levels. There is nothing friendly, inviting or appealing about this place.

    « Horrible Customer Service & shuttle driver went GROCERY SHOPPING instead of picking us up at the airport »

    This was the worst experience starting from the moment we checked in. My husband and I were misled on the parking situation when you choose to park and fly. We were under the impression from the hotel website that parking was only $1.00 a day, but Jesús the employee at the reception desk said it was in fact $8/per day. Following that unpleasant surprise and substantial additional cost, we asked Jesús when the shuttle for the airport leaves in the morning and he informed us it would leave whenever we needed it to. However, the following morning, I went down stairs to tell the employee at the reception that I would like a shuttle at 6am (it was 5:45a at the time) but I did not see anyone at the desk. I waited for several minutes and as I started to walk away a women sitting in the breakfast area (without an employee uniform on) approached me and ask what I needed. I asked about a shuttle at 6am and Heather was very rude and said that the next shuttle wouldn't be there until 6:30a. I explained that Jesús from the night before told my husband and I otherwise so she called him and then told us that "we had to be ready at exactly 6am, or the shuttle would leave without us". We were down there at 6am and gathering some items for breakfast and Heather basically forced us out the door where we encountered the equally as rude driver, Andy. Both Andy and Heather made it seem like we burdened them for doing their jobs. When we returned 10 days later we called the hotel to pick us up at 4:55pm. The employee told us the shuttle would be there in about 30-35 minutes due to traffic. At roughly 5:50pm we called the hotel and they said the shuttle was just arriving at the airport. After 30 more minutes the shuttle was not there. My husband called and had a taxi pick us up ($40). When we arrived back at the hotel and explained our frustration to the reception employee, Don. Don apologized and told us that the driver Andy probably stopped to *GROCERY SHOP* before coming to get us. Clearly this has happened before since Don knew why Andy never showed up. After reading numerous reviews on TripAdvisor Andy and Heather have many complaints it seems that date back to over a year ago. That in itself is ridiculous. In conclusion, if you do decided to stay at this hotel do not expect to get the customer service or the transportation that you pay for.
