    « good stay »

For a very small town, this was a good hotel. The staff was extremely helpful. I would recommend to anyone staying in Franklin, Texas. I was concerned about a place to eat and the hostess went out of her way to recommend a place that I had not seen on the internet.

    « Clean and comfy »

Very friendly, courteous staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. You''ll get much better sleep, though, if you stay in one of the rooms on the opposite side of the main road. Way too much truck and train noise for this light sleeper. Staff accommodated my request to relocate without hesitation.

    « Comfy, Great Hotel! »

My husband and I traveled to Franklin for our son's wedding. We stayed two nights here and had a lovely visit. The room was large and spacious, the bedding comfortable with a softer mattress. We had a choice of four pillows, which was nice for my husband and I. Since the hotel is not all that large, it is easy to find an exit door to the parking lot on the first floor and quick to reach the hotel lobby. The free breakfast buffet was delicious with gravy, sausage, bacon and eggs along with waffles. My elderly father sampled it all! We all agreed that this is a wonderful hotel. Thank you Kaci, for checking on the buffet so often and refilling food. Also, for helping me early one morning when I was trying to charge my telephone. :) We'll be back!

    « Nice place »

This is a beautiful, new, nicely landscaped place. The town is small but charming. There is a train that runs through nearby often but with the air conditioner on, it's not bad. The only drawback is the discomfort of the mattresses. Our group consisted of 2 parents with adjoining room for 3 kids. All of us were uncomfortable with the mattresses, my husband and I the most. Other than that, very nice experience.

    « Diamond in Texas »

Fantastic hotel! We had trouble with our new car and pulled into this BW with no reservation. From check-in to check-out, they took care of us like family. They handled our handicapped room needs, helped with our service dog, found a car dealership to fix our car, and suggested restaurants for vegan meals. This BW in Franklin, TX is truly a diamond! We would recommend it to anyone traveling through Franklin.

    « So friendly »

Every one at this hotel was amazing! very friendly and informative about where to go in the town for food etc. the bed was very comfortable and they have a very nice pool and hot tub. I have not stayed at many Best Western Hotels but, after this experience I will be sure to be checking out best westerns where ever I may be heading.

    « Good stay »

Stayed here for 40 days while working a business project nearby. Staff put breakfast out early to accommodate us. One of the desk workers - Janelle - was especially attentive and helpful - she usually works the afternoons. The beds have plastic mattress that's kind of noisy when you move, but are comfortable. Rooms were nice and clean. Would stay again.

    « Franlin Best Western »

The hotel is very nice. It is well kept. The folks are very friendly; from the check in to the breakfast babe and the ladies that clean your room. Franklin is not a very big town, so I was pleasantly surprised at the hotel. Just down the road there is a restaurant that you may enjoy. The Mud Creek Chop House. Pretty good grub.

    « Very Nice staff »

I believe the front desk employee was Janelle, I hope I got it right but she made our stay so enjoyable. Very friendly and helpful, she always greeted us with a smile. I made sure I told her how she made out stay better.

    « Outstanding Experience!! »

In more than 2 decades of professional business travel, we have not ever stayed at a more peaceful, professional, accommodating, mindful and courteous Hotel as the Franklin, TX Best Western. We continue to refer this particular location and specific Hotel to others due to the excellent staff members who each go out of there way to make customers feel at home and cared for.

Great place to stay. Family friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. This is our second time to stay there and won"t be our last. Thanks for everything! Great location and a very short distance from the baseball fields at the Ranch.

« Will Stay Here Again - and Again »

I was super impressed. My wife and I stayed 5 days while visiting family. The hotel staff was wonderful; helpful and courteous. The rooms were nice, clean and well insulated from the searing heat and the trains on the other side of the road. I was never bothered by them. The pool was great and the hot tub gets hot. Breakfast was good and the staff work hard to keep it stocked. The cookies (if you were fast) and popcorn in the evenings was a very nice touch. This place was fantastic and I will definitely choose to stay here in the future. Again, front desk or housekeeping, the people were just wonderful.

    « great experience »

Great service and great place to stay. location is in a great location. There was a rain storm and the hotel is located above the highway. I was never flooded out and was in a safe location as well. The clerks were available and the hotel all they I needed including laundry facilities.

« Best option in town »

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Comfortable & clean room. Nice shower head. Mediocre breakfast offerings. I was excited when I saw community coffee pots, but the coffee tasted suspiciously like bland hotel coffee. Eh, it's still the best place to stay in town.

« Over the top in small town in Texas »

We were in town for a wedding, this Best Western knocked it out of the park in terms of room, service, staff and breakfast. Be aware that Texas A & M home games skew prices for all goods and services over the weekend upwards. You may raise an eyebrow if your plans coincide with 100,000 screaming Aggies'.

« They treated my son like family! »

Tamara is a gem of an employee! I contacted her to try and find a room for my son and his friend who were attending a Texas A&M game in College Station, Texas over the weekend. I was worried about them driving home so late after the game. She was able to find them a room at her hotel. When they arrived, she handled all the details perfectly and treated them just as "mom" would! She was warm, welcoming and friendly. I really appreciate her kindness. The Best Western in Franklin, Texas is now our "go-to" place to stay when we attend Texas A&M games in College Station, Texas! Thanks Tamara! You're the best!

    « Franklin...Another Baseball Tournament »

We enjoyed our stay. There were not much places to choose from. Our son had a baseball tournament. We checked Priceline and found this Best Western it was 5 minutes away from the baseball field. When originally booked we got a King with a Pull Out Sofa, when we checked in the lady offered if we wanted to stay in a 2 queen suite. Which worked out better for us. The Rooms were clean and nice. And Breakfast was available. We will stay there again when we go back in October.

    « An OK Hotel »

It was ok, but not worth the $150 per night that we paid. The breakfast items were all out, and we got attitude when asked when the items would be replenished. Also, we woke up to a spider in the bed.

« Super Place to Spend the Night" »

Franklin Best Western has become my home in the middle. As a Regional Nurse Consultant I travel between Hearne and Centerville Facilities. This property has a great location. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are extremely professional but also friendly and helpful. Breakfast has never disappointed me, always plenty. Overall a super place to spend the night.
