Best Western Fort Worth Inn & Suites

Check in quick and easy. Rick was informative and knew what he was doing. We were upgraded to a queen suite and that was a nice surprise. The extra space with the grandkids was nice. Room was clean. Bathroom needed some updating and hot water was limited in the morning. All the staff we encountered was friendly. Location was good. Everything we needed was close by and zoo was about 20 minutes away. Breakfast was average. They had Texas waffles, a couple dry cereals and pastries. They had decent coffee. They did have sausage, biscuits and a cheese omelette.

Came to Ft. Worth for a concert and site seeing, Best Western is centrally located, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping. We were only 15 minutes away from the Dickies Arena which is great venue to take in a concert. We also were 15 minutes from the Ft. Worth Stockyards, and if given the chance to go you should eat at the Cattleman's Restaurant. Now back to the hotel, we had a nice clean room, with comfortable furniture, the breakfast was good and there is an outdoor pool and fitness room if you prefer to get exercise while you're away. The parking lot is attached to Waffle House and Burger King with several other restaurants and shopping venues within walking distance.

The front desk was wonderful. The breakfast was terrible. The omelets were dry and hard and there were not potatoes. We were down there at 7:45 in the morning. There was no cranberry juice. There was no one to ask to have food replenished.

Just what I needed. Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Very accommodating staff. Great restaurants very close and is right across the road from the water park... only a few blocks away...I would definitely stay again.

Bare minimum Best Western hotel. We are on a family trip and we're driving for 26 hours. The pull out couch was difficult open possibly even broken. And there was no bedding on the couch, nor any extra bedding in the room when I inquired about extra bedding, I was told there was no pillows, which was not a problem since I bring my own. And then inquired about a late check out since we were driving so long I was at form that I would have to check with the morning shift that the night shift was not allowed to make decisions like that so I set my alarm to wake up in the morning to be informed that the hotel does not give any late check outs. That would've been nice to know the night before so I didn't disturb my sleep in the morning. When we were packing our vehicles, the cleaning crew was so eager to clean that they wanted to come in our room as we were trying to pack up and leave. Breakfast was basic, but tasty. Love the Texas shaped waffle maker. Internetwork good. Bed was very comfy.

Our stay was quiet, clean and comfortable. We got the much needed rest we were seeking. Also, there are several places to eat and shop within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

I stayed at the hotel in order to be closer to the surgery center where I would have out patient surgery. I had to return the next morning for post-op. My friend who was driving me lives an hour from me, but only 30 min from the hotel. And the hotel was only 16 min from the surgery center. So, I stayed 2 nights at the hotel, the night before the surgery and the night of the surgery. I loved how Rick made me feel welcomed and safe. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There was hot breakfast but it could use an overhaul. Overall a great stay, great service, and affordable rates.

The stay was good. Got in late, check in was a breeze. Gave me a quick run down and a good joke. Had my toddler. He had a blast. Breakfast was looked good but hubby and I are not breakfast eaters. But kiddo had a milk and yogurt. It was a good stay.

Traveling? Looking for a clean, quiet, comfortable place with decent breakfast options? This BestWestern is clean, quiet and comfortable. It's situated between a Waffle House and Burger King. However, we found the hotel's breakfast bar was sufficient, and the coffee was great. Our second stop at this location. Will continue to be our preferred location when we're in the area.

This hotel was very nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly . It is conveniently located next to multiple food locations that are within walking distance and a Super Walmart is nearby. Laundry is available and they serve a light breakfast daily. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Very nice property located just off I-820. We we in town for a concert at Dickies Arena, this hotel is only about 8 miles away. Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. We'd consider staying here again should we pass through Fort Worth in the future.

In town for a wedding so I wasn't in the room much however room was clean, staff was friendly and everything worked as it should. Would stay again. They offered coffee and easy parking however there was a homeless man set up behind the hotel in his tent didn't bother me much but it may some people

This hotel experience was very accommodating comforting and clean. Everyone was very clear and the communications and directions. Everyone was very polite and Accommodating to other needs necessary. Dead bugs on the floors broken fake acrylic nails in the restroom old food under the uncomfortable rock hard beds. Manager could give 2 stihs about the condition of the room. Used Towels left on floor. Towels not replenished. Bathtub slippery, I fell once. Beds not made. Coffee not replenished. Overall bad housekeeping. Grounds around hotel dirty. Some entry doors the key locks didn't work.

The manager of this hotel is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. After checking in with a group and noticing that my bill was $50 higher, I asked for an explanation. I was told I booked later than the others which was simply not true. The breakfast food was not allowed to be taken out of the small lobby where there was not enough seating and we had NO hot water on 2 of our 3 mornings.

Great location for the reason we came into Fort Worth. We were also located not far from th Stock Yards that I could tell. We did not visit this time around. Everything to eat is nicely located not far from the Hotel. Great location and quite stay.

I was a little worried when I pulled into the parking lot, the outside of the hotel looks a little worn, but the room was very clean. The customer service was lacking. Besides the cleanliness of the room, this is the main thing I look at when staying at hotels. My family and I stayed here 2 separate nights. The front desk clerks didn't make eye contact and did not smile. Even if you're wearing a mask you should still smile at guests. My main issue though is that the first night we stayed, the front desk clerk said my room number outloud when there were other people in the lobby. Due to security issues most people don't like their room numbers said outloud. But I did like the rooms, they were clean. The price is fair, I would stay here again.

Stayed at this location 2 of the 8 days I travel through Texas. The location was a bit further than I would've liked, but has quite a bit around. The bed was too soft for my liking, the room was ok overall. Parking is also a bit small too. Overall the place was ok, but if I ever travel to Fort Worth again, I'll stay elsewhere.

It is always a pleasure to stay at this particular Best Western in Ft. Worth. It is a very convenient location. The staff is friendly and courteous, the rooms are clean and nice, and the breakfast provided is great and helpful to begin your day.

There were roaches in the room. The tub faucet leaked pretty bad. The pool was dirty. Hadn't been cleaned in a while. The bed was comfy but the pillows sucked. And the tv is tiny The ac in the room was full of mold and the room smelled like it. And I'm pretty sure you don't have control over the ac thermostat. No matter what temp you put the ac to. It stayed the same as the lobby temp

The hispanic man that helps with breakfast was very nice. The overweight angry Indian Manager is still living in the caste system. He was rude and instructed the front desk not to give my family towels nor the courtesy toothbrush & mending kit. My daughters pillow that she brought lost fluff. My car was vandalized probably by this "man." We had stayed at Holiday Inns during a 2 week vacation. It was my first night trying to spend less to show my daughters other options. Instead they saw the pervasiveness of color an ppl m and anti-blackness even when you are the guest/customer/consumer! Hated it!!!! Outdated dingy rooms with side doors propped up and security issues.

Found 3 roaches in my bathroom and one in my bed. Someone walked in on me I told them to leave and they came back in and on top of that the hot water didn't work any day we were there very disappointed with my stay

Nice hotel. Good location. Clean. Staff adhered to COVID-19 protocols. Breakfast was a bit unorganized; not told we needed to ask the desk for a bag. Coffee are could use some more choices and supplies. Room was clean! Good bedding and towels. Quiet, for being next to the highway. Overall, a good stay. Good room. Clean.

This hotel is located right off the interstate, so it's pretty easy to find. There's a gas station, Waffle House, and a Burger King located right next to it. But more options are available. Behind the hotel and across the interstate. Several more fast food restaurants, gas stations, and a Walmart are near located near by. But if your looking for more options, there's an : In & Out, 24 hour fitness, a shopping complex and other stores located just down the interstate. The front dest lady was very nice, she was able to check me in a little earlier then the 3pm time. She informed me they were short on staff, and due the Covid-19 restrictions. Many options were not available like: the business center, gym, and pool area. The breakfast area is also closed. But they give you brown bag breakfast. Which includes 1 yogurt, 1 chewy granola bar, & 1 orange. The juice machine works during breakfast hours only. My room was a double queen bed. (Which is comfy) The pillows are big & fluffy. The decor is nice and updated. It's the dark cherrywood, so it makes the room a little dark. But it's nice. The room is a nice size. It has a coffee maker, desk, nightstand with lamp, dresser that has a microwave, mini fridge, and a 42 inch flat screen TV located on it. The channel options are very good. The sink has the usual soap/ shampoo set up. The hair drier is located on the wall. A small open closet with iron & ironing board are there as well. The bathroom is right across the sink. It's a basic toliet & tub/shower set up. My only complaint with this hotel, was the bathroom cleanliness. The bathtub still had the previous guest's hair. (Head & body hair) And small mystery stains were found on the walls in the bathroom. Which was a bit gross. Nothing else was found in the room. And my room was cleaned daily. I would've given this hotel a 5 star rating, if not for the bathroom cleanliness. I do understand the Covid-19 restrictions, that takes away many of the hotel's amenities. But the friendliness of front desk personnel, great price, location make this hotel a great value. So overall it's a nice place. And I'd stay here again, if I come by the Dallas/ Fort Worth area.

everything was GREAT!!! We stay at the hotel everytime we come to Ft. Worth due to it being clean and the workers are very professional. Just missed the great breakfast they usually have, Darn Covid messed that up.

The hotel is in a very sketchy area. There are homeless people roaming around and camping out behind the hotel. There was a break in to a car at 9:30 am. We found out afterwards that the cameras around the hotel had not worked since January, and there was nothing they could do to help. The manager did not even come out to make sure everyone was ok. This whole town is scary and trashy and we will not visit again.

I live down the street but needed to stay a night out of my house, so I rented a standard room for one night. It was nice and clean. Very comfortable. The front desk people were very nice. It was great for the price $68. Due to Coronavirus they weren't doing the breakfast and the pool was closed. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because I asked for a late check out and the lady wasn't rude but very matter of factly said “no, everyone is asking for a late check out this morning.” Most hotels I've stayed in always accommodate late check outs so I was a little upset about that. But other than that everything was great. Very clean room.

I stay at Best Western quite and have enjoyed every stay at the Best Western Hotels in Fort Worth, Texas. Hotel Staff are pleasant. At times I've had to go the cheaper route for a hotel stay and Best Western has accommodated me from time to time with great deals. I've also signed up for there rewards program and I'm exceptionally happy with the great rewards. I've also been able to enjoy a free night stay due to the member rewards program. The hotel facilities were decent, but the manager at the front desk on the morning of checkout was rude on a level I've never seen in 30+ years of business travel. I had unexpected meetings on the morning of my Tuesday departure, so I went to the front desk and asked if I could please get a late checkout past the 11:00 AM standard — noon at the latest. That's not an extreme request, and I've never known a property that balked at accomodating an hour. Unfortunately, the manager's response was disappointing. There was no smile, no greeting, no pleasantries, and no explanation. He simply looked at me flatly and said just two words, “11:30” with a finality that made it clear there would be no more discussion. My meetings finished on time and my business partner and I returned to the hotel to change and check out. I was in the restroom in my room when the room phone started ringing off the hook at 10:50. My partner was in the lobby checking out and told me later that the front desk was calling rooms before 11:00 to push guests to checkout. I checked out at 11:02. In three decades of travel I've never seen a property that treated its guests in such an abrupt manner. The desk clerk on duty when I checked in the afternoon was first rate and extremely helpful. But the next morning I got the distinct impression the manager considered me to be an annoyance. That shouldn't be the case in the hospitality business.

Good value for money hotel. Nice clean room with all the “bells and whistles” you would expect. Room service people were very friendly and made a very good job every day we were there. Reception staff were helpful, although they couldn't fix the intermittent whining noise from the air conditioning, they did offer to move our room. Breakfast was not great but adequate. Would definitely stop there again.

I regularly stay in Best Western and I like them, but I didn't like this hotel because I was disappointed with age and wear. The towels were thin, worn and scarce. The beds were consistent with low quality hotel. We were locked out of our room by 10am when we were trying to take our luggage out to the car and had to prop both the outside door and the room door open with trash cans to be able to get in and out of the hotel! Very strange kind of service. Everyone on Trip Advisor was so kind in their reviews, but this is misleading for the rest of us, who would like a really comfortable bed and some towels!

It takes a lot to get a 5/5 rating from me. But 4/5 is still very good, I stayed here for nights and overall it got the job done. I work in the hospitality industry myself so I know what things to look out for when staying at hotels. First of Sandra at the front desk was very nice and always took care of me with any questions or concerns I had. She did her best to ensure my room was ready as soon as possible. Allowed me to store my luggage while I waited for my room, and gave me directions and recommendations. Overall she was always a pleasure to talk to. I would always sleep till late so I skipped the breakfast and chose not to have housekeeping for my room. So I can not comment on those two aspects but I did try their coffee in the lobby as I checked out and I must say I regret not having it during my stay. Best coffee I've had in a best western branded hotel. I appreciate the flavored creamer as well as not all hotels offer that option. Parking is sufficient and I never had a problem finding a spot, even when the hotel had lots of service men and women staying here. There are lots eateries in the area as well as a nearby Walmart. easy access on and off the highway as well. One reason why I was let down was the lack of towels in the fitness room. I went for a workout mid afternoon and needed a towel in the middle of my workout to wipe my sweat of my face and there was no towels in sight even though they actually have a rack were clean towels should be. One last annoyance was that on my check out date housekeeping knocked and woke me up at 9am. Check-out time is not till 11am. I do understand some people leave without formally checking out and housekeeping wants to get ahead and clean rooms promptly. But there are other ways to verify if the guest has left. such as checking with front desk, checking if guests car is still on property, using their key to check if deadbolt is on. Those options should be looked at first and knocking should be last resort. Overall my stay was good and the hotel served its purpose which was to get some sleep. I would recommend it to others and I would stay here again if needed.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Went out the second morning to shop. Came back at approximately 5pm. Room service took linen off the bed and emptied trash cans. They didn't make the bed, but left folded linen on the bed. Left trash cans in the middle of the room without liners, no clean towels etc. Called front desk twice to get room finished, and they kept telling me someone was coming. After two hours, I went to the front desk. This finally prompted someone to come. Just awful service!!! I will NEVER stay at this facility again.

Staff was friendly. Hotel common areas were clean. Room was clean and smelled fresh. AC/heater worked well and was not too loud. Hot water was instant. Breakfast was just fine. This was our second visit to this hotel and we will stay here next time.

Stayed 1 night and arrived after a very long day on the road from El Paso TX... Easy place to get to both off and on from Loop 850. Friendly staff and Breakfast was very good. Room was very clean and we had a very quiet nights sleep. All in all a good place to stay. Would stay again if in the area.

Loved the room and layout of the hotel. Great breakfast, curtious employees. Love the fact that the tub and toilet were separate from the mirror so the teenage girls I took to a concert could get ready without taking up the bathroom.

I enjoyed the comfort and rest that I was hoping to experience during a hotel stay. The room was quiet, clean and all that I needed. Breakfast was ready in the morning and very satisfying, nice variety and well stocked.

Very convenient location. Rooms were large and clean. Very quiet. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Internet was fast and easy to connect to. Breakfast was warm and tasty and had a good variety of items. Coffee was machine coffee but was very flavorful. Enjoyed our two day stay at the BW.

Good Hotel and price was fair. 2 issues i had was a crying baby next door to my room and housekeeping vacuuming a spill close to my room at 7:30 am. Couldnt sleep in from all the noise. Staff were very friendly. Would stay again I liked the area.

Great hotel when visiting the Fort Worth Stockyards. Its a 15 minute drive. You will get a clean room with comfortable beds. All the basic amenities are present and the staf is friendly and courteous and will help you with every question you have. In the morning you can enjoy a very good breakfast with lots of options to start your day.

So I travel a lot for work but this trip was for Family. First off the staff are amazing!! Super friendly and were always busy working when we saw them. The room was spacious and clean, which I have found lacking at most facilities. The hotel itself is well maintained and above all else... was so quiet! I loved that. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating is my pet peeves which may not be a big deal to others. The air conditioner was very loud in the room but turning the tv up loud helped to counter it. The shower head was horrible for anyone with long thick hair. It did have multiple settings but none were powerful enough to really clean the soap out of my hair. The toilet in our room had to have the handle held down to flush which isn't a big enough deal to call the hotel but it was an annoyance. While some people like a firm bed, I did not sleep well because I prefer a softer bed. Finally was the breakfast-- now some hotels have waffles but this hotels waffles are Amazing! unfortunately that is about it. The meat varieties while there were extremely oily and the biscuits were way to dry. There wasn't much else to pick from unless you wanted cereal or dry pastries. Being diabetic I couldn't eat 90% of what they had. BUT with saying all of that, it was a VERY nice hotel. We would absolutely come back again due to the overall value and I do recommend it. Just bring some of your own food and maybe some dry shampoo lol!

One of the most underrated hotels in Fort Worth, Texas. One of the nicest hotels I stayed along with the best price. You can't go wrong choosing this place since it's walking distance to all the food places.

We have stayed at Best Western the last 4 years while on vacation. It is very clean, rooms are nice and staff is always friendly and helpful. It is located on the highway making it easy to get to around.

From my first call to see how close this Best Western was to the places we wanted to go to the last night we stayed, we were treated with kindness and an attitude of wanting to help. We use this Best Western whenever we have family in town for holidays or just visiting. The staff is always spot on and the rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. We try to get the spa rooms when family is in but, the overall rooms are great!

Extremely friendly and helpful reception. Our questions were met with good suggestions. Room met the standard set by Best Western. The bath was slippery and made me fall. Breakfast was basic, but good.

My past experiences in choosing Best Western whether for business or leisure were phenomenal. Check in & checkout process was super fast. Rooms are very clean & comfortable. The Restaurant / Lounge has a wide variety of tasty food. Very convenient location.

We stayed here for 2 nights, there was no obligation to stay a second night as we were on a road trip so that says how nice it was. What I couldn't understand was the height of the bed, the top of the bed was about level with my naval. I am a 5'0” lady with arthritis, I am not built for taking a running jump to get into bed. I really struggled to get into bed, god forbid if I had needed to get out of bed in the night, I would have had to sleep on the floor. This is just not acceptable. If it wasn't for the bed height (which I realise is not a problem to all) I would have given the place 4 or 5 stars but I feel that there was no justification for having the beds that high. For that reason, I would not stay here again. This is not the first time I came across this during our trip. Please America, make your beds accessable to all!

Rooms were clean, everything worked great. Staff were all very friendly. We showed up late to breakfast by about 15 minutes and they still made some eggs and a cool Texas shaped waffle. The pool is nice, clean and refreshing. Would recommend.

The hotel must have a reputation defender working for them because I have no idea how they got such a high rating here. Don't believe it, this place is a stinker. Stayed here on the spur of the moment the Friday before Memorial Day. We had friends from out of state passing through and stayed here to hang out with them. The hotel is dated but was clean. Our AC didn't work and the staff moved us to another room no problem. Pillows were the half the size of a normal hotel pillow and worn out. I was disappointed the pool closed at 9pm on a gorgeous Texas spring night. We asked if we could get access to just sit with our friends and talk. We weren't swimming and the staff denied us which I thought was unreasonable. We asked if we could sit in the front lobby/breakfast area and talk. They allowed us to but then scolded us a couple of times for being loud. Honestly, we weren't loud at all. We are a 50+ adults chatting and catching up with old friends. Next time I will go with my usual choice of a Holiday Inn or Hilton property with a more social atmosphere. If you are just looking for a place to sleep, it's better than sleeping on the ground outdoors. I didn't leave satisfied and would not go back. Kind of what I expect of BW.

The people at the front desk where very friendly and accommodating. The owner asked us if there was anything more he could do to make our stay more comfortable; there was absolutely nothing we could think of. The room was clean, and the hot breakfast was more than adequate. Every one had a "What else can we do for you?" attitude.

What should I say: This is our favourite hotel in Fort Worth. Everything is perfect: The staff is friendly and very helpful, the rooms are clean and very comfortable and the breakfast is plentiful. We've already been to this hotel six times. It's our first choice. We'll be back for sure.

We stayed here to be near a place we had to visit ,very accommodating staff ,nothing to much trouble and very helpful and clean ,only fault was the breakfast was a bit lacking but everything else was very good and good value for money .i would definitely stay again

If you want a queen BED and are short be sure to ask for a SHORT BED. We booked a reservation and came in at midnight and was very suprised to find the bed was to high for me to get on. I M 5" 2. and this was the handicapped room. I was also afraid to fall off the bed. Just make sure to get a regular bed the correct height. The breakfast bar was your average one but the help was very pleasant.

In the last 10 years I have averaged approximately 3 nights a week away from home. Have stayed in several different hotels and found Best Western to be the best home away from home due to conditions of the hotels and the caring employees.

We had to move quickly from another hotel and were quite happy with how our needs were accommodated. Absolutely would stay here again and would recommend this property to others. Thanks for everything!

Great front desk, clean room, unobtrusive staff. Beds were comfy, internet was fast and the night was uneventful. Didn't partake in breakfast but it looked to be your typical fare. Each room has heavy wooden doors so it deadens sound from the hallway and keeps everything relatively quiet.

Stayed 3 days this month and found everything in order. Hot food but they usually shut that down a few minutes early so fall out quick. Friendly staff and reliably comfortable clean rooms. Good location but it can be difficult to get to from the north entrance ramp off the highway.

The staff was responsive when I lost my key card late at night, and the breakfast was pretty good. Updated decor, but I do not recommend that anyone but a small kid try to sleep on the pull out couches!

The wife and I stayed here over the weekend. I have been in and out of Fort Worth many times this hotel was perfect being close to the loop. We spent the weekend driving around Fort Worth, Arlington, and Granbury area. My only issue with the hotel was the beds were firm for me. Other then that, the price and the hotel was perfect.

Several issues arose from room cleanliness and safety to empty breakfast items and poor attitudes. No one was willing to rectify and then manager was unable to adjust the already billed credit card. I stood there for 18 minutes while he tried to use the computer and staff member I was making complaint about did not come out to help.

Overall satisfied with stay. Front desk clerk helpful with early arrival and early check in. Room was adequate. Lighting could be better. Toilet took very long to fill. But room was clean and beds very comfortable. Did have problem that hotel doesn't have printed TV guide.

We have been going to Ft Worth for Thanksgiving for 20 years. This is the first time we stayed at Best Western but after the way we were treated by the front desk (Rick) we will be staying there from now on. We had 2 rooms

Not the fanciest hotel. But you get what you pay for. The staff are friendly. I enjoyed being able to do laundry. It was clean. I had a great sleep. I enjoyed the location since it's right by the highway. It was what I was looking for.

Stayed here for a couple of weeks while our house was being built. Friendly and helpful staff and sparkling pool. The breakfast could have been a little better (eggs) but there was always plenty even close to the cut off time. Can walk to Chili's and Starbucks and other fast food places. Would definitely stay here again.

The Best Western Inn & Suites, Fort Worth, is an excellent property, well located, well managed, well staffed, clean and always without surprises. All of our expectations were met in every way, as is the usual case.

Have stayed the last three years at this hotel when we visit our children in White Settlement, Texas. We like the hotel as it has easy access to the highway, and the staff are always friendly and helpful if necessary. It is always clean and comfortable. My only drawback is they serve a hot breakfast option each day and it is the same thing..it would be nice if they changed that option every day. But they always have waffles, cereal, yogurt and fruit as alternatives.

This was a good moderate hotel in a good location.The breakfast was minimal at best, but there's a Waffle House right next door.The rooms were clean and maintained well and the service was friendly.

The staff was solid. Kiddo loved the pool and it was well kept. One of the best things about this hotel is its adjacent to the highway without hearing the highway from your room. There is a whataburger and Valero within walking distance for food and drinks. Walgreens/CVS right down the street for anything else. Hotel breakfast is good.

We stayed here while on our way back home following an afternoon wedding in west Texas. The property is pretty easy to access, and is located on the west side of Loop 820 at the intersection with White Settlement. The were several fast food eateries nearby, as well as a Walmart and Aldi store, so it is convenient in case you forgot something. While we stayed on a Saturday to Sunday, there was construction on a new fast food place right next door and a sign in the hotel saying that tiling work was starting upstairs at 9:00 AM which apologized for the inconvenience. This could lead to some noise issues in the short term. The property had a small but nice outdoor pool, which we did not use as it was full of children and teenagers all of Saturday afternoon and evening. They seemed to be enjoying themselves. Our room was #220, which faced away from the highway. We found it to be quiet, with a good A/C system. The king bed was comfortable, and had four pillows. The units are built with space saving in mind, with the sink in the room proper, and the toilet and shower in a separate room. There was both a microwave and small refrigerator inside. The shower worked fine, with plenty of hot water. The two towels were of good quality and the soap and shampoo were decent. The breakfast was OK (sausage patties, powdered eggs, biscuits & gravy, a waffle station, some fruit, and various parties and cereals). There is not a lot of seating space, and we felt it necessary to finish more quickly than we would have liked to give other guests a place to sit. All in all, we liked the breakfast, though I would not call in memorable by any means. The service was fine from our limited interaction with the staff. While our stay was prepaid, they did insist on placing an $80 authorization on my credit card for possible incidentals. To their credit, it did not show on my card. The front desk clerk was very friendly.

This was our 4th or 5th stay at the BW and what sould I say?: Staff: Very friendly and helpful Rooms: Clean, comfortable and quiet (2nd floor) Breakfast: Yummy and ample We felt "at home" and we'll be back for sure. My special thank goes to the General Manager for holding my parcels and his perfect customer-service.

The people that worked here were nice and helpful. My only complaint was they were working on remodeling rooms, we had to walk around all the equipment in the hall and it was a little noise. I will stay here again if in the area.

Enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the hotel was quite. Waffle House and gas station both walking distance across the hotel parking lot. Chili's restaurant also very close to hotel. Staff was friendly, courteous and attentive.

Our room smelled horrible and was absolutely filthy. White stains all over the couch and chair, dirt in all of the corners of the bathroom floor. We also felt a weird lump in our bed and when we pulled the sheets back there was a large white screw made into the bed under the sheets. Would not recommend at all.

Will definitely stay here again. Great price, great room, hotel staff very helpful and friendly, and the hotel was very quiet. The location was great. In close proximity to the highway and stores. The bed was super comfy too.

Stayed here in April 2018. As with all my trips i selected it because of its high rating to cost ratio. My only disappointment was the smell of the room. I don't know what causes it but it's typical of old places. I stay in about 30 rooms a year across the country and brag to others about how I use tripadvisor to get great hotels at low price. This one, however, while still a good deal, was ranked a little too high I think.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it won't be the last. Millie, the Front Desk associate, was very personable, knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. She was a wealth of knowledge of the surrounding area. The room was VERY clean and very comfortable. I had no qualms of anything being less that exceptionally clean - just like home. We used the guest laundry and that area was very clean as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Very easy to get to - right off the highway but no highway noise in your room. Very exceptional hotel. Thank you, Millie for telling us the time changed- we totally forgot and thank you, Millie for making our stay pleasurable.

My husband and I alway stay at the Best Western hotels. We have a membership which give us free nights to stay. It has several hotels with a variety of rates in each city. They are located in convenient locations. It is one of the places I stay all the time.

The front desk staff was excellent and the young lady was always busy being helpful and gracious to everyone. The breakfast had a very good variety and everyone seemed to enjoy. They were fully booked but enough room for all. Parking was good. The only downside was our TV didn't work great. Don't know if it was weather or the tv.

Helpful and friendly staff were so nice. Everything worked to perfection and all was clean and neat. Parking was easy and close to entry.. Breakfast was very good and tasty. Television came with a TV station guide. Room was very clean and hot water was available quickly and there was plenty of soap and shampoo. Made future return before leaving.

Good stay! Only thing for future reference; parents aren't too comfortable in a room w/a connecting door when traveling with children. No offer to be moved when mentioned is not too good. Great hotel, enjoyed our overnight stay. Room had all of the usual comforts. Close to local restaurants and not far from the airport. Breakfast was good and looked fresh. Would stay here again if in the area.

Upon arrival, we had to get a door key card to get in. This took us 6 attempts with different key cards. He proceeded to tell us this wasn't uncommon. Once we got in and got our room key card; we got up to our room. Like we always do, we folded the sheets back and instant horror. The bed sheets were horribly stained. I called down and asked for new bed sheets. The employee made it feel like it was an inconvenience that we asked and he said he would have to see if there were any available ones. I said if not could we just switch room. He said no. He finally came up with new sheets and asked us to leave and my husband had to watch the front desk. I told him I really appreciated it and he said "these sheets aren't that bad and there are others that are worse." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Yes, Worse!!! Our fitted sheet had blood stains on them. Thank goodness I had a blanket that I brought to sleep on. Onto Breakfast, good if you love your sweets and cold food. Eggs were cold, biscuits and gravy tasted old, no food favored towards diabetics. This is minor compared to the bed sheets. I will never recommend or stay here again.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations for the price! It was bright and airy, clean, and comfy. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, and the location was perfect for us with easy access to the highway. When we visit family in Burleson again, this is where we will stay!

Always clean quiet and staff Millie is above and beyond any other hotels we have stayed at this year. Call at the last minute even and she is wonderful to help, come in late need soft bed no problem. If I could sum up my best western experience it would read "comfort and care like you would get at your moms home"

A good place to stay, handy to good restaurants and bars, easy to find, situated right by the interstate. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The included breakfast was great as we were leaving first thing in the morning. The desk staff were helpful in making reservations at BW Hotels for the next few nights.

We had to move from one Best Westen to another because they had no rooms available!! We had our RV breakdown and couldn't get it back until Monday!! Actually the other BW was much nicer and we had stayed in it last year!! Millie at the front desk is a great employee and very helpful!!

The stay was not so great room was very dirty and the staff was not so helpful about it. He actually came up and said so you don't want this room. Lol. Yeah NO. We came with a extra key to another room said he would walk us to the room and he got a buzz to go downstairs left us in the hall way with all our stuff for 15 mins. He didn't want to give us the key then he finally came back and let us in by that time it was impossible to make anybody happy.

Very friendly staff, the rooms where very clean. The Breakfast was very good and offered more food items then other hotels that I have stayed in. And the food was very well stocked. I will for sure come back to this hotel again.

The Best Western Fort Worth Inn & Suites, Fort Worth, Texas, located on West Loop 820 at the first exit north of I-30 on the West side of the Freeway next to a Waffle House Restaruant is a well-managed, well-located, clean and quiet property with an excellent staff.

I had a short stay here but as always the property is very accessible to a main highway. The appearance is always clean and well kept. Love their staff they are all very friendly and professional. Have stayed here many times.

Good value for a basic hotel. Large room with mini fridge and micro wave. Several fast food places, Walgreens/CVS, etc. surrounding the hotel. While on the West side of town on Loop 820, easy to get to the Stockyards, arts district and downtown - about 10-15 minute drive. Ft. Worth has a lot to offer - great zoo, museums, eats, water gardens, small train by the zoo (a kid's favorite), etc. Nice small pool; hot tub filled with concrete.

Very clean and nice people working, we have stayed here for several years and always nice. Would recommend anytime. Price is great we used the pool this year and really enjoyed it. The breakfast is wonderful

Bed Bugs Beware- Room 100 Stayed the night of 6/26 and 6/27 Wasn't sure what the rashes were from the first night Second night I knew for sure there were bed bug bites. I walked up to the front desk and hotel management didn't do anything. She called the owner he gave me 1 night back. I didn't feel that was acceptable so I asked her to call back again and she refused. She called the cops on me, when I asked to speak to the general manager or owner claiming I was threatening her. Cops came and said it was a civil matter not a criminal so they couldn't help me. I called Best Western corp and they took my case down but put the blame on the operator. The city of For Worth inspected on 6/29 and determined there were bed bugs in the room. Still haven't been contacted by hotel management and I left them my number.

This is a very clean and hospitable hotel. Friendly front desk staff, especially Rick & Millie (father & daughter). Breakfast items are your typical continental breakfast items but I could have use some boiled eggs.

The Best Western in white settlement was not bad for the value. It was conveniently located near the freeway and Starbucks. There was a Chilis and Waffle House that are in walking distance but not that great.

This is what happens when management dosnt care. If you are staying here for a night or two, this place is for you. If you are a busy business traveler look elsewhere! I am on the road often and I've had my fair share of hotel night mares, though not the worst this is very close. So to begin, first the pros. The hotel is located close to the highway, close to chilis and other restaurants. This poor rating is a result of what i perceive as poor management. These events all happened: 1) can I use your meeting room? No I'm the only one here and I can't leave the front desk 2) called front desk, "there are flying ants in my room, can I have another room?" No sorry the hotel is booked, here is a can of spray and I will inform the day shift about your issues and get your moved". *this never got resolved and I continued to live with my bug friends. 3) plumbing issues 4) the furniture is old, it's not even doctored to look new. The light fixtures are modern but everything else is stuck in a previous era The highlight of this hotel is the staff! They tried to help, but I believe that they are under a leadership that believes in profit first people second. Also, why the heck do I have to pay for laundry?! This is the best western! I expected this If i stayed at motel 6. I expect more of a BW. Why is there rust on the fixtures? Come on people. You've got to care, just a little.

This hotel isn't new but it looks like it. It is very clean on the outside & inside. The rooms are immaculate, modern and clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Sometimes you can tell a lot about a room from the condition of its bathroom, windows and air conditioning unit. In our room they were new looking and clean with no signs of wear, mold, dirt, etc. I really couldn't find a bad thing to say. The breakfast, although not the greatest in the world for continental breakfast still was adequately satisfying. The front is very available and helpful. There are several restaurants very close nearby. You could walk to them if you wished to.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a nice relaxing time. The breakfast was standard scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuit with gravy. I like the milk to be very cold and it was. This location is convenient to the Naval air station and the Interstates. It is outside the traffic congestion of the core metroplex.

Customer service and attention to detail is consistent, making it a reliable and affordable home away from home. The fitness center can use free weights and I would prefer if breakfast lasted until 10am - but I can work around those.

Somewhat of an older hotel but everything worked as it should. I would have liked more towels to have been in the room since there were two of us. However there was a basketball tournament in town and with a bunch of high school aged kids I'm sure the towels were going quickly.

Decided to try this hotel again and visit was much better this time. Young lady at check in was still rude but I can look over that. Beds are comfy and room was clean with plenty of towels. Still no blow dryer so I will take my own next time. my sister and I are both diabetics and this hotel offers more to eat on our diets than others in this area. Breakfast area was well stocked and did have an attendant this time. Cost and amenities were this stay! Will stay here again.

Rude service by front desk. Very matter of fact and not friendly at all. Rate that I was charged was over priced as compared to orher properties I have stayed at with Best Western. Gold member with Best Western and I won't be staying at this location again. I really felt I was taken advantage of as I arrived after 11:00 pm with no reservation.

There is nothing great nor real bad about the place...the price is a bit steep but you expect that from chain hotels. Nothing great except the prices. This place also charges you more than what is originally quoted.

I am enjoying my room! I upgraded to a suite for $30 more per night, and do not regret the decision. I forgot the fellow's name who checked me in, but he was extremely nice and welcoming. The room itself has a few furniture flaws, but with the price considered, that is easily overlooked! The room was very clean and even the hallway was tasteful! I would definitely recommend, especially for the price!

The hotel was comfortable and in a great location. One negative comment was that the included breakfast was not as good as advertised. In fact, after the first morning we didn't return for the breakfast since the eggs and sausage were already depleted. The coffee and juice bar was good and that is available 24/7

We were in the area to visit family and needed an inexpensive place to stay. We were very satisfied with this property. The rooms were clean and adequate and the breakfast was nice. The staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

We were trying to stay in Arlington for a football game but I waited too long and all the nicer hotels were booked. I was looking for something that wasn't too hard to get to and from Arlington and this place was a straight shot down the freeway. It had great reviews and for food reason. This place was great!! The room and bed were comfy and clean, the front desk lady was awesome and nice and the breakfast... Yummy. We had a room with a two person Jacuzzi and my husband was so excited and said we needed to stay in this kind of room from now on. The jets could have worked a little better and the AC could have been a little less noisy but I just just wore earplugs and it was fine. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Do yourself a favor and stay here. It's about a 25 -30 min drive from the stadium but I would totally do it again.

We have family in the area and have stayed here many times before. This time it was for 10 days. Very clean, good beds in quiet rooms. Friendly staff and very nice, free breakfast. Nice pool area for swimming or just getting some sun. Shopping and restaurants close by. We highly recommend this hotel.

We were taking our daughter to Cook Children Hospital. We stayed here two nights. Upon arrival our check in experience was excellent. The hotel was very easy to get to. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful about the area. The hotel overall was very clean. The room was clean, beds very comfortable, everything in the room was in excellent condition. The breakfast had a very good selection of items to choose from. The lady preparing the breakfast made sure that there was plenty of food and went beyond her duties to make sure we were taken care of. Overall it was an excellent stay from start to finish.

we were kind of iffy cause we never have stayed in a best western But it turned out to be a great stay; staff was very helful and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean, breakfast was wonderful i liked how there was a variety! only thing i would suggest but i do this with all hotel review, i feel the carpet should be shampooed often cause it does feel dirty. but other than that we will be returning for future stays! i also recommend this hotel!

We were visiting for a wedding and the accommodations were just what we needed them to be, but the staff made it better. We weren't expecting breakfast, which was an added bonus! The location to where we needed to be on a daily basis was perfect. It was centrally located to anything and everything we needed.

Like always the staff and room felt like being at home. We are within short distance of food and any other services we need. And as always we are treated like family. In the 16 years I have been staying there they know our names and family members

This was great hotel. Clean pleasant, helpful, convenient. About 15 minutes to downtown, but I was happy to drive it as the over $200 for downtown hotels was was out of my reach. I have value, friendliness and service at this hotel. I would strongly recommend it. Several restaurants and gas stations nearby. Pleasant area.

My family and i stayed here for a weekend getaway. It was clean and the staff was friendly. I was disappointed to discover they had sealed off the hot tub even though it was still listed as amenities, the pool was there though. We had a suite and again it was clean but had an old smell of being a precious smoking room. I was disappointed in the size of the bathroom. I have stayed in other hotel suites and the bathroom was much larger. This one also had minimal bathroom counters pace. Over all it was ok. Disappointed for the price, should have just payed for regular room instead of small suite. Not sure this would be my first choice if i went to that area again.

This hotel was gross. I've stayed at motels better than this place. We literally got a room just to sleep in after our best friends wedding reception and it was so disappointing. We check a little after 11:30pm and go to our room. It was gross and they didn't even bother to clean it. There were crumbs on the rug and a black sock on the ground. They couldn't even bother to run a freaking vacuum through the room. The tub had a big dirt stain in it so I'm assuming they didn't even bother to clean it so that's pretty unsanitary. There was piles of hair and dirt behind the bathroom door. The only thing I'm sure was clean were the towels. If they didn't bother to do basic housekeeping did they even bother to change the sheets? GROSS... This was just the tip of the ice berg. The bride and groom were forced to leave the reception to check in the brides brother even though they were willing to give them the a credit card for preauthorization of damage charges and they still wouldn't let him. He showed his ID with the same last name and the bride and groom called and they still said no nothing they could do the bride has to come here and check them in. It ruined their whole wedding reception and when the brides brother got in his room it was soaked the beds, rug, and everything was wet. The groom got a hold of customer care they basically told them that the hotel followed policy and too bad. IT WAS A THERE FRIGGEN WEDDING NIGHT LIKE OFFER TO COMP THE DAMN $80 ROOM. trashy hotel. No more best western or any affiliated hotels for us even when we get back to MA.

This was probably the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. We were greeted with a very detailed description of a plumbing issue they were having. YUCK. This place IS not worth the $125, it is not worth $25.

I chose this place because my usual hotels were full. I usually have good luck with BW. The folks at the desk were very nice, check in was easy. The room was mostly clean (used soap left in the shower, yuck), and the bed was good. The only other issue was the room had a funky smell which I got used to quickly. The breakfast was good, in fact had more variety than usual. The room was not as quiet as I would have liked, but bearable.

I would Highly Recommend staying here! The staff were very friendly and easy to work with. The hotel was clean as was the room. I would stay here again for sure! The value of the room for a weekend was good and the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location was great as was the continental breakfast. The food was hot, tasty and plentiful.

The true measure of success is how a service provider handles problems. My first room at this hotel had a strong odor. Although the hotel is 100% non-smoking, someone clearly broke that policy in room 228. It was a weekend and the hotel was very busy but the front desk gave me the only room they had left - a "Jacuzzi" room - with no hesitation and at no extra charge. I'm sensitive to cigarette smoke so this really improved my experience. Overall, the hotel is clean but a little dated. Wi-Fi was excellent and VERY FAST. Speednet .com showed 20 Mbps. Standard breakfast fare but they open at 0600. Outdoor pool. Exercise room. Good cable TV selection. I will stay here again.

My room was very damp and musty when we checked in. The Air conditioning seemed to dry the air out after several hours. The odors coming from the carpet were still pretty strong in the morning. This hotel is old and needs a complete remodel and updating.

I have stayed in many Best Westerns, and this is an excellent one, with a great location if you are visiting Fort Worth or the west side of the city. Handy to many restaurants and easy access from the I-820 loop. Very nice people, but that's Fort Worth!

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. We stayed here on a family trip to Fort Worth. The hotel is located in a nice place and it is easy to reach the interstate from the hotel. It's right next to a waffle house in case you get the late night munchies. We'll probably wind up staying here again.

Friendly service, quick check in and friendly person at the reception. The room was great and clean. Comfy beds. Very nice swimming pool, maybe one remarque: there are only 3 beds at the pool, too less for such a hotel. Breakfast was decent.

Room was comfortable. Breakfast was included and had great variety. There was a small pool that was well kept. Staff was great and the check in and check out was efficient. Parking was somewhat limited but the hotel was right off the highway and very close to restaurants and other businesses. Would stay here again and will look for Best Westerns on future trips.

I'm a Platinum Member, so I expect things like upgrades and a sweet gift bag, and a generally nice experience. These people went almost overboard. I requested a room with two queen beds and was given a suite, right near an entrance - very roomy. The breakfast was awesome - bacon and sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy, waffles and pastries, 4 kinds of creamer (!) and 3 juices, fruit, pastries ... deluxe!

This was one of the best stay in a BW ever! Thank you very much, Team Fort Worth Inn & Suites. Everything was just great for us. And also all the good Information about Dining, etc. was great. We went to Billy Oak's BBQ, this was so great and the Food excellent.

Friendly efficient staff at front desk. I was bummed that the pool was closed one day. Also my room had a very strong smell that someone had previously smoked, even though it was a non smoking room. The breakfast was above average for being included. Conviently located off the highway, but no traffic noise. AC was on point, and much needed.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel...the rooms are nice and the king bed we enjoyed was super comfortable. Breakfast was great...different selection each day. Yummy way to start the day...free. We came for a competition, stayed 3 nights. Great experience! Rooms are clean, staff was very nice and accommodating! Beds are comfortable, loved the little touches with the towels too! Pool was smaller, but it works just great after a long day in the heat! Breakfast buffet had a great selection, and the hot items were different every day! Will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area! !!

Our rating for the property could have been excellent had it not been for the rudeness of the General Manager, Stacy. I had booked a reservation earlier in the week and was told if I wanted to upgrade to the large suite it would only be $10 extra. When I decided on it and called back and talked to Stacy. She asked how many people I had and I told her 3 adults, one child, same as I had told the first person. She informed me that the rate would be $30.00 extra because I had told them I only had 2 adults. I told her I did not say 2 adults, I said 3. She informed me that the person taking my reservation never makes mistakes and would have asked me. I told her there was no reason I would have lied about it and that I should be honored the rate I was quoted. Again, she told me the girl would never make a mistake. Very rude about it! Then, when we went down for the FREE breakfast, pretty much all the food was gone. Stacy was working the front desk. When I told her they were out of food, her response was oh really? Hmmmm. And she kept working. Not I'm sorry, let me get it replenished. We ended up going to the Waffle House only to find 2 more families there because there was no breakfast at the hotel. I will say that later that day, Millie was working the desk and was there the next morning. She was working very hard and fast to keep up with the breakfast crowd PLUS working the front desk. She was very friendly and customer focused. If you ask me Stacy needs to take some lessons from Millie. Millie needs to be the manager and Stacy needs to be cleaning rooms. Rooms were very clean and nice. The pool was nice too.

overall a great hotel. service team was very courteous and helpful thru our entire stay. There are several services near by that add to the value of this location. We would strongly recommend this location if visiting the Fort Worth area.

We booked this hotel as part of our grand tour from Houston to Colorado to Las Vegas and back. We stayed here on our return trip. Overall, we found our stay pleasurable. The Front Desk staff was very helpful and professional. The breakfast items were fairly good. There was no issue with parking (clean with adequate lighting). The room was a bit larger than expected, and the bed was comfortable.

During the planning of our Texas trip we soon realised that it was preferable to stay out of city centres, and as long as you had a car with decent GPS getting places was pretty easy. As Fort Worth blends into Dallas we chose to stay on the opposite side of the bigger city and this Best West was situated conveniently. The hotel of course is furnished in the typical Best West style, bedrooms were clean and sufficiently furnished, bath/shower arrangement worked properly (and didn't wash the floor every time as some do) The desk front staff were all very helpful in recommending places to eat, pretty back roads to drive round and a nice touch was the the coffee machine in the lobby was set up to work all day. I do like a coffee in the evening but not enough soft chairs in our bedroom to have it there. Wifi worked well in the lobby but nice to say it did in the bedroom too, which does not happen everywhere. This was the last of several Best Wests we stayed on this trip and I really was getting a bit tired of the sparse nature of Best West breakfast, In this hotel that ran to no bagels, no cream cheese and indifferent bread. After a couple of days we just stopped eating it but unfortunately the nearest chain bagel house was about 15 minutes away, a bit too far. Otherwise if you need to stay in this corner of Fort Worth I recommend the place highly for clean rooms and functional facilities.

When we booked this hotel we thought it was a bit pricey for what we got. We later found out it was full for 2 of the 3 nights we were there and so rates were up. The hotel was very clean and the service was excellent. The complimentary morning breakfast offering was a nice surprise. Not only do they offer the usual "continental" items but they have a nice selection of hot breakfast items: waffles, bacon, eggs, biscuits, etc. The only negative we have about this property is that the pool was closed without any realistic explanation. We have noticed in our recent travels that many establistments are posts "no swimming allowed" in their pools. It could be the added expence of pool maintenance or the liability costs going up. We enjoyed our stay and will plan on staying at this property again if/when we travel back to Fort Worth - but we leave our bathing suits behind!

This hotel did not meet my expectations in terms of quality of room, hotel, and brand. I would definitely select a "BW Plus" instead of this hotel if I need to stay in Ft. Worth again. Hotel staff is excellent but the rooms needed to be remodeled and the design of the hotel is antiquated.

This Best Western was outstanding over everything. They need to teach other hotels how to be like they are. Friendly, clean, easy, quite, great room, great breakfast. The hallways were even white glove clean. Will be back again.

Stacey, Millie, & Rick have been wonderful! They have been beyond accommodating! Every staff should care this much! Clean rooms, fridge, microwave. GREAT VALUE! Highly recommended! Close food and gas stations, great amenities! I really can't say enough about how wonderful the staff at this location is! I wish all hotels had this kind of hospitality! It feels like home!!!!

I loved this hotel and would stay again if I'm ever in the area. The staff went way out of their way to be helpful and courteous. The rooms and entire hotel were super clean. Everything was above average in quality.

Couldn't have asked for a better stay! Staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. They all seemed to truly enjoy taking care of people. Our housekeeper Jessica did a great job keeping things neat and tidy. Breakfast was one of the better ones I've had at a hotel with many choices. We even spent time in the pool which was also nicely kept. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Very luxurious stay at a very reasonable rate. Extremely clean and well appointed furnishings. Staff was efficient, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was extensive with a variety of hot and cold dishes and beverages. Excellent Internet connections. The manager, Millie, was awesome, as well!

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night and enjoyed the stay. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The hotel smelled fresh and the staff were very courteous. The price for the suite was very reasonable at the state rate. The location is convenient and located near several restaurants and Walmart for shopping.

We were in town with family for a 3-day weekend event. We chose the Best Western based on rates and Trip Advisor reviews. Since the rates were so much better than other name-brand choices, I frankly was not expecting much more than the barest of accommodations. I was more than pleased with all that was offered to our two families. The staff went to the extra trouble of assigning an adjacent room to family arriving a day later. I know this isn't always going to be possible if they are fully booked, but they found a way to honor our request, as well as cleaning that room first, and allowing early check-in. So it seems that their motto was "if we can, we will." I cannot begin to adequately express the friendliness and competence of the desk staff. As far as our room, we were in 106 which is right off lobby and breakfast area. At first I was worried that the noise would be horrid with people check-in and check-out at the front desk, and people at breakfast.. Not a peep was heard. We opened door to go to breakfast and was shocked at the noise level which was non-existent until opening door. Amazing. I will request this room in the future. Room had everything we needed: coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, iron. Hotel is close to many fast food choices, as well as across the parking lot to Waffle House. But you have adequate offerings at the hotel's breakfast. And the coffee is excellent, and I found it was available all day and into the evening. Throw in fresh baked afternoon cookies, and you start to understand the appeal. This will definitely be our choice of lodging n the future, and carries our recommendation .

The Room Was Very Accommodating Comfortable beds and had sofa and lounge chair. Hotel has fitness center, Pool and has a nice spread for breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Convenient to downtown Fort Worth.

We only had a few hours to get to the hotel and sleep and then go back to TCU and work. We had to leave before the 6:00 AM breakfast, but a wonderful young lady made sure to have breakfast a little early so we could eat . We were so greatful it was a wonderful full breakfast... The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room and bed were very comfortable except for the artificial room deodorizer smell. The shower was great but the towels were thin and scratchy and we almost ran out of TP since it was never replenished even though it was almost out the first day we were there. If you want to plug your phone in next to the bed, you have to unplug either the light or clock. Breakfast was disappointing.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights while he was interviewing for jobs in the area. We arrived at midnight on our first night with no reservation but that didn't stop Sabrina on the desk from being very kind and helpful when getting us booked in. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Some of the fresh towels in our room were arranged into the shape of an elephant which was neat and made us smile after a very long day of traveling. Should we ever need a hotel in this area again we'd definitely come back here.

We stayed here for the Ft. Worth Stock Show. They were extremely accommodating to our group and gave us a great rate and made sure our rooms were together. Had several good places to eat within walking distance. Had a good free breakfast. Large parking lot. Friendly staff.

Overall it was an accommodating stay and the service was quite nice! The free hot breakfast in the morning was excellent! Additionally, the free WIFI was fast and easy to access. I would return next time I am in the area!

The most gracious desk clerk you will ever meet. She was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was PERFECT. We had 2 rooms and we did not have any complaints. Everything was wonderful. We did not try the breakfast however since we were meeting family at I-hop.

We stayed over for a flight connections. The shuttle was super convenient to get to the hotel. We did notice if you were flying out the next morning the shuttle capacity might be a problem as the May not have space if you need to get there in time. Over all it was great , breakfast was good room was fine.

Stayed at this hotel recently as daughter was reporting in to Marines at NAS-JRB that evening and next morning. Easy access to get to base with extremely helpful front desk staff. One minor glitch with an iron was quickly taken care of by front desk staff. Nice accommodations. Will use again when back in area.

Staff here are courteous, helpful, professional, and go the extra mile to make your stay great. Room was immaculately clean. The king bed room has a recliner, which my wife loved as she nursed our son throughout our stay. The breakfast was well stocked. We 100% recommend staying here!

Driving back from El Paso to Dallas, too tired to make it back. Found this location convenient right off the highway near White Settlement. The rooms are clean and the location is very convenient, there is a waffle house right by the hotel and other shopping and fast food locations.

I stayed in a ground floor room of this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. However, it is the staff that stands out, notably Front Desk Manager Ricky Willis. Mr. Willis was most helpful, courteous, and a pleasure to interact with. One can tell that Mr. Willis is very experienced in the business and loves his job.

We arrived late (around 10:30) and the clerk was very pleasant. The room was clean and had lovely comfortable queen beds. The sheets were soft and the shower was strong enough to get shampoo out of thick hair. We didn't have time to check out the pool (outdoor) but breakfast was terrific. Scrambled or boiled eggs, bacon, sausage and what appeared to be turkey bacon. Biscuits and gravy, waffles, muffins and even croissants. It was one of the best stays I have had.

Very clean hotel, all necessary amenities, courteous staff and conveniently located next to major roads and shopping. Everything about this hotel was top notch. Large, well supplied room with plenty of space for everything.

We were in town for the Fort Worth Livestock show and Rodeo. From the point of check in to the check out the staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and roomy. This is a great place to stay! Would recommend it to anyone.

Rooms were great. Very clean an spacious. Tastefully decorated. Comfy bed, lots of pillows! Coffee pot could be larger, but free breakfast made up for that. The air fresheners were VERY strong and perfumery. Overall it was a great stay and a great value for the money. Would certainly stay here again.

This was a very nice place to stay. The rooms were quite and clean with comfortable beds. Staff was very good at making our stay worry-free. We stayed during the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo which made the hotel sold out each night. This caused parking to be very tight, which needs to be addressed. We will probably stay here next time we are in DFW.

This hotel was a great place to stay. The room was very nice, with coffee pot, refrigerator, and microwave. Comfortable bed. Very clean. We stayed to attend the stock show and rodeo, and this was a great location. Waffle House next door. Hotel has free breakfast though.

Breakfast and room was not the best. I'm not sure why they serve bricks for biscuits and have huge spa tubs that take up half the room. Ours was a nonworking one at that. The vanity area was small and had to use side of spa tub to lay out clothes and personal items.

My husband and I were exhausted after a very long drive. The young lady at the front desk did her best to help us choose a place for dinner so we could relax. She was also working the next morning when we checked out. She was friendly and had a fun sense of humor. Our room was very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

In reviewing hotels, price and location must be taken into account on how great the hotel was. For the price and location this hotel rates an excellent. rating . I was looking for a hotel in a specific location that offered a free breakfast and price was a significant factor. I received all of what I was looking for plus great service from the employees.

The front desk auditor was extremely helpful and friendly. Rick I believe his name was. The breakfast was great and the helpful staff was ready to help in any way that they could. We will definitely be staying here on our trips to Fort Worth.

We stayed here while visiting family over Thanksgiving. The rates are great IF you watch for them . Our suite was nice. The hideaway bed was hard for the girls. Breakfast was nice, but the undercooked tater tots were awful. Staff was very nice. One thing though, check your receipt and have them to print off instead of email. We stayed an extra day and was told we'd get the same rate, that didn't happen.

Love this hotel. I have stayed here annually over the past 8 years and it has been great each time. Very clean, great breakfast, in room wifi worked quickly and easily. Can't beat the quality for the price. The staff is also very helpful and professional.

This hotel has some updates to make it more modern but truthfully if you look around, it's still quite outdated. I expected more of a new look. Also when you check in they require an unexpected $80 damage deposit. What? That's insane - haven't ever had to do that before. The gym is minimal and equipment is the cheapest quality I've ever seen. No floor mats or cups for water. The breakfast was good. Beds were hard and not comfortable.

The motel was clean and everything worked well. The staff was efficient, courteous and helpful. The motel was close to highway construction, but conveniently located and quiet. It was the best motel we have stayed in for the cost.

We stay at this location a couple of times a year while visiting family, and once again we found the employees to be polite and helpful, the room clean and stocked as it should be, and the continental breakfast fresh and delicious. We don't think about staying anywhere else. It can't be beat in its price range.

This is a very nice, clean, comfortable hotel. The location is convenient to downtown Fort Worth hospital district where we were headed the next morning. The area has places to eat and to get gas. There is easy access to Loop 820 and onto I-30 to central Fort Worth. We would definitely stay here again if we needed a night over in the area. The staff were very helpful and courteous. We also loved the delicious cookies that were available the whole time we were there! Very reasonable rates!

After a long day of driving from West Memphis, Ar. our stay here was just perfect. Upon checking in we were recognized as a BW Diamond member. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Had a relaxing and enjoyable meal at the Italian restaurant next door. Our room was very nice, the hole complex has a relaxing feel. The breakfast was nice and the area was very clean. Would defiantly stay here again. Wish more Hotels ran by the standards in place here.

We came to Ft. Worth to celebrate our anniversary and my wife ended up in the hospital for 4 days. The staff was excellent! They helped me call an ambulance and helped me with directions and other information I needed. Our room was great, clean and roomy.

Stayed here for a business trip to Fort Worth, Tx. The hotel was clean and very nice. Fresh scent in room and plenty of towels and other amenities. Tjere is an outdoor pool, a business center, they serve a continental breakfast. Room rates are very compataible with other area hotels.

I had a very nice and stress free stay at this Best Western location. I have little ones and they sure accommodated us very well. We were greeted with cookies!!! The beds were very comfortable and the room had all the amenities we needed. I loved that the manager was super nice and allowed us some extra time by the pool. We all got to make our own Texas waffles (kids loved it). It is very close to Walmart and many nice restaurants. I will definitely be visiting this hotel again. The staff are very sweet and I felt very welcomed! Thank you for a great stay! This is now our new home away from home.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is in a good location and there are a few dining options within walking distance. The room was large and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good for a continental breakfast including cereals, toast, biscuits and gravy, muffins, waffles, juice and coffee. The breakfast food was being continuously replenished.

Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice but not enough electrical plugs when you have to plug in several items to recharge. Breakfast is not acceptable unless you want some cereal. If coming from the South it is easier to take exit 5 and go under the underpass and turn left. Chilis close by for a restaurant.

Was greeted by a friendly face at the front desk upon arrival. Was actually able to have a nice short conversation with front desk staff. When room was booked it was for a king without me realizing I had do so. It was changed to a double for my son and I without any hassle. We even joked about the situation, what a great experience! The room was large and well appointed and clean. The staff was excellent, desiring that we have a good stay at their hotel. The only things that were less than excellent were the lighting in the room was not adequate in the sitting/TV area and the television was missing reception of some of the channels it was supposed to provide. Had we stayed longer I feel certain the staff would have addressed these issues and corrected them.
