Great motel snd the prices are very reasonable. The room was clean, and the bed very comfortable. the folks at the front desk were very accommodating. The free breakfast was great! We came in late and without a reservation and got a great room at the lowest price in Fillmore I highly recommend this motel!

Outstanding Hotel just off the freeway in Fillmore, exit 167! We were on a simple trip from northern Utah to Cedar City when a winter storm hit us in Nephi. We knew that we needed to get off the road for the night. We found this beauty on Hotels.com and decided we would overnight in Fillmore. What a great place to stay! Clean. Extremely clean. Comfortable. The staff were fantastic to all of us storm-weary travelers. Best part? They don't have a breakfast at the hotel. Instead, they give you a voucher and you get a made to order breakfast from the attached restaurant! Yum! Stay here. You will be surprised and happy you did.

This was the WORST hotel I've ever stayed at! Can't imagine how housekeeping missed the previous occupants underwear beside the bed, obviously they didn't vacuum. The shower had NO shower curtain! As rewards members we requested an upstairs room to control the noise level, this was not granted and the upstairs people were up numerous times, it sounded like they were running laps. NEVER stay here, it's disgusting and we felt unsafe as well.

Poor quality rooms, so noisy unable to sleep for 2 nights stay. Phone and TV didn't work. Refrigerator and heater noisy. Restaurant poor quality with poor service. Price high for what is offered. Personnel very nice and friendly and tried to accommodate me but unable to fix issues. Location good.

Let's cut to the chase...they are renovating the hotel. They put us in #164 I the very back of the hotel. The room had a broken toliet paper holder, wood pieces coming off the TV stand, and no lighting outside our door which is unsafe and hard to take dogs out at night. Do not waste your money at the restaurant they have. Their food is dry and bland. Beds and pillows were great. The biggest insult was they charged us $140.00 for it.

If you have to stay in Filmore, I guess this is the best option, but unless it's a necessity, keep driving because you may not get any sleep. The staff couldn't be more friendly and accommodating, and the room was very clean, but the noise in the ceiling from the guests in the room above made it totally unbearable. I have no idea if all the ground floor rooms have this problem, but you should definitely ask before you book.

No hot water. After talking to Best Western i should have the water running for at least 5 min and then i would have got hot water, i did leave it running for longer then that and still no hot water. Not worth the room rate. Wifi poor when it did work. Room and restaurant in bad need of a renovation

The room was. The furniture was damaged. The carpet had tears in it. We got the complimentary breakfast. We went over to the restaurant where that was at. We stood there and waited for twenty minutes Before I asked a waitress and she ignored me and walked away. Shall we left? Would not recommend this place to antibody.

No internet, no TV (froze 1/2 hour into watching a movie). Gal up front apologied but no one could do anything about it. No wash cloths. Breakfast was a bag to go. I can say the pillows were nice! Place was clean.

Stayed overnight in my way back home, at reception I was greeted by the welcoming lady at the counter, I got good rate since I am a member of BW rewards program, the room was clean, comfortable two queen beds, clean bathroom everything was good and nice. Thank you

This location was very disappointing for Best Western...HUGE pet stain the moment you walk into the room...Why? The carpet area is small enough that you could use a rement carpet to replace this gross stain...you just knew that the rest of the floor carpeting was probably filthy as well. TV didn't work...it came on to some add but remote wouldn't work and had missing battery cover. The shower had hair in it and was dirty and the air conditioning was old and loud. I wanted to leave but we had nowhere close to go so had to stay and couldn't cancel because they have a no cancellation policy.

The TV never did work, The A/C was pathetic and Room was not very clean. (Old dried up crusty wash cloth hanging on shower curtain rod but no fresh ones in the room!) The gal at the front desk tried to help but there was nothing she could do except to tell me that's why rate was so cheap, $140.00 a night is not cheap. I wanted to talk to the manager the next day but she was not there when I was told that she would be. I had two rooms for two nights and when I checked out they had refunded $80.00 per room, For a total refund of $160.00 or basically 1 night free on 1 room, not good enough! I have stayed at this hotel for 80 nights in my life but never again.

For an older resort the room was clean, air conditioner worked great and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast that was included was a full breakfast in the restaurant next door and was excellent. Staff was very friendly

Internet was on the blitz. The front desk didn't say a word about it at check-in. If they had more training in customer service skills, and problem solving, they could have been proactive. The same customer service training would also help the breakfast personnel.

The room was HUGE compared to others we stayed at this trip. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Use of military discount was honored and I felt it was substantial. I would readily recommend this motel to anyone passing through Utah.

Nice room, pleasant staff. Fillmore is a pretty quiet town, so not lots to do for a short visit, but its a good location off Hwy 15. It is family owned and operated, and they take their maintenance seriously. The room was great, and the bed was very comfortable. Got to meet some of the very friendly locals in town and enjoyed my visit.

Absolutely one of my worst experiences staying anywhere. The so-called hotel had no Internet no cable TV. The pump to the pool was broken. I spoke to the front counter numerous times they simply did not care. Stay away at all costs.

It met our expectations. Easy to get to and the place was well kept.. It was easy to book a room a head of time. Great they allowed pets for a small fee. There was a place to walk the pet. Beautiful golf course behind the buiilding.

Just FYI this is a MOTEL not a Hotel. The price we paid for this room was too high! We stayed over the 4th July weekend, so we understood that it would be a little more but this room was bad! When we got there the night shift worker told us it was the last room. Then our key would not work, the worker reset the key 3x, finally he came out with the master key and it wouldn't work either, so he gave us another room. (So obviously the other room WASN'T the last room) The room was not very clean, the bathroom window was open. There was bird poop on the front window (which was there the entire 3 day stay). The shower curtain needed cleaned, as well as the walls in the bathroom (there were several long hairs on the wall). The hot tub was broken when we checked in and we were told it would be fixed the next day. The next day we were told the pool was closed because they had put chemicals in it. We never saw anyone swimming, so it must been closed the following day. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows horrible. We had paid for another night but couldn't bare sleeping on the terrible beds again.

Room was clean and tidy! Furniture was nice, not flimsy. Restaurant was clean and service was great. Food was very good. Great location, easy on and off access to interstate. Will recommend to family and friends.

breakfast was a joke. They was super slow, and was missing a lot of items on the menu. On our last day they just said they was closed and provided sack breakfast. 2 lights didn't work in our room the AC trapped air in the bathroom and didn't cool the room. several other lights not working in the facility including above ice machines. We go here every year and each year is more of a disappointment. So sad

Everything was great! I have a lower rating in the sleeping, because our bed was firm, nothing wrong with it at all…but my preference is a softer mattress. The room was clean and stocked nicely with clean linens and towels. We used the pool and hot tub and it was nice. Everything was clean and in good working order during our visit. We enjoyed having a made to order breakfast at the cafe on-site. We would definitely stay here again!

Close access to the freeway. They had a wheelchair access room for us. The room was comfortable. The restaurant next-door had a great breakfast that was included with the room. I would stay here again anytime

We stayed here for one night as we traveled home. The beds were very comfortable and it was a nice room. We had a good dinner at the adjoining Mexican restaurant. In the morning it became a breakfast restaurant with a select menu for our free breakfast. It was much nicer than the usual buffet, with a server and real cook. It was excellent. My only complaint was that the bathroom floor could have been swept cleaner, but other than that it was very clean.

Very comfortable hotel. Clean, good Easter pressure, comfortable beds. The heated pool and hot tub were an unexpected bonus. Room was exactly as pictured. Breakfast is at the Paradise cafe next door, and is included were room Vouchers. It was simple but adequate, cooked fresh from a short menu including pancakes and eggs, omelette, etc. Bonus gorgeous view of the mountains!

We booked this “on the fly” while heading home from the holidays, and were so pleased we chose this place. Nice clean room, good rates, and a free restaurant breakfast! We'll remember it for future trips.

We, my wife, myself and our dog were on our way South and originally stumbled on the BW Paradise Inn by accident several years ago. As it has the hotel, a cafe and a gas station with reasonable prices and all have excellent service. As travelers we do not use many of the amenities such as the pool or golf course. Everyone we dealt with was top notch, friendly and knew exactly what we wanted! When in this area, I would probably drive out of my way to stay at this property, we are treated that well!! There is so much more that we found positive about this property that I don't have space to put it all down.

The were comfortable. Breakfast was good. TV worked well. Not so good? No lights outside our door; the hostess was not welcoming; the light in the bathroom did not work. There was no wifi password. We were not told what time breakfast was going to be available.

My husband and I were traveling between Arizona and Idaho and broke the trip up into two days as we're not up for a twelve hour drive anymore. This hotel was about halfway for us and was pet friendly so we opted for it on our way up. I was going to book through Priceline but checked with them first as we needed a pet friendly room. The front desk clerk was able to confirm they did have a room and was also able to provide me a rate within a dollar or two of the Priceline rate so I booked directly with them. Check in was seamless and we got a pet friendly room near the pet area (convenient for late night potty breaks!). The room was clean and comfortable. Not fancy, but we weren't expecting that. The hotel also provides a breakfast voucher for the on-site restaurant. The restaurant provided a special menu for breakfast which was not as extensive as the regular menu but provided a good selection of entrees. The food was well prepared and delicious; the waitress was efficient and very personable. When you combine the reasonable room rate and the inclusion of breakfast, this was great value.

Terrible room! I would not recommend. Dirty, smelled like pee, broken sink faucet. Dead flys in corners. Went to have breakfast that is included with room and the place was dark and no one around. We would have asked to change rooms but were so tired after our drive we just needed to sleep.

Found hundreds of ants in our bathroom when we checked in. Advise management and requested different room. New room also had ants but not as many. To tired to change again. Advised management again in the morning upon check out and they did not seem too sympathetic to our issue with the ants. No compensation offered. Probably won't be staying there again.

Conveniently located just off the exit in Fillmore, Utah. Our ground floor king-bed room was large and very clean; the bed was comfortable. The property is older and the wood furniture does show some wear. Lots of channel choices on the TV. The check-in hostess was pleasant and friendly. We didn't have a reservation but secured a room with a AAA rate. The nightly rate came with a cooked to order breakfast in the nearby restaurant with average traveler fare: pancakes, eggs, sausage, potatoes. We had dinner there the previous night, delicious Mexican options.

We have been staying here for many years on our yearly trip to California. Very easy access from highway, we love the privacy, quietness, dog friendly rooms, quick breakfast or dinner very good food & great staff are more than accommodating. Hope you remain open for many more years.

The hotel is older, but the staff is great!! We traveled with our dog, and we were in a single level room, no one above us. The rooms are very quiet and right along a golf course. The bed was very comfortable and there was an actual restaurant on the site with a cook to order breakfast. We would stay here again!

One of, if not THE best motel I have been to in a very long time. The service, the cleanliness, the location and amenities are all excellent for this type of accommodation. The staff (Paul and Bryson) were so nice and helpful. I had called in advance and asked for extra pillows and a quiet room…they had both for me when I arrived. But, my absolute favorite thing was the bed. I slept so great because of the comfortable mattress. It was equal to the “Heavenly” beds at the Westin. Yes, that good. The restaurant they have ON SITE was a bonus. Really good Mexican food for dinner and a complimentary breakfast too. I will stay here again when I'm in the area.

Stayed for 2 nights and was told we could get a free breakfast at the restaurant next door and given 4 cards. Three looked like the top one in the photo, one had a green marker on it that I thought was a stray mark (see bottom card). First morning was fine, had omlettes with great potatoes, sausage, toast and coffee. Second morning got to restaurant at 10:10 because we packed up first and were told the restaurant closed at 10:00 and they could not turn the grill back on. I called the motel and talked to Keith who came over to the restaurant to see what he could do. He came back with yougart and muffins and juice and rudely said here is something to go and lied and said I was told breakfast was only to 10:00 when I checked in the night before which was not true because I checked in two days ago and claimed the second card (one of the three I was given) said breakfast was only until 10:00. I asked him to please give us $20 off my room then so we could get a hot breakfast. He refused and told me to call Best Western and to complain to them. Later when I checked out he lied again and said if I had been nicer he would have had them turn the grill on and make me a hot breakfast which was not true because he never gave me that option he just handed me the muffins. Also when we checked in there was a sign that said there was no housekeeping during multi-day stays so we had to go to the front desk to ask for a few things.

We were so fortunate to find this gem as we were traveling. It is not new but is so clean as well as being nicely remodeled inside the units. The next morning, we were treated to a lovely breakfast, of our choice, from the adjoining restaurant. I cannot say enough about how happy we were with our stay. Paul, at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Try this place. You will not be disappointed!

This motel is nowhere near the impression given online. The staff did their best, but the place is completely run down. Our room had an odor, a resident fly, and a fly swatter in the drawer (thoughtful). The indoor pool looks nice in photos online but is set in the middle of the parking lot under a hot greenhouse-style covering. The golf course isn't much more than a patch of grass behind the rooms, albeit large enough to mow. The restaurant is under new management, which sounds hopeful, but right now the place is in desperate need of repair. We appreciated the kindness of the wait staff and motel staff. But the property is mis-represented at best.

Comfortable bed, great shower, quiet room, and wonderful breakfast. Couldn't ask for more. Was traveling cross country, and it was nice to see the BW sign and know I could get a good night's sleep no matter where I stopped.

Hotel has super nice staff. Friendly and professional. Front desk staff even advised events for me in area and places to see. Had a very nice stay. Rooms very clean. Will definitely stay here again when back in town.. also great sit down breakfast included.

We were very pleased with the room. It has been redecorated and was very nice. We traveled with a medium size pet and they were extremely friendly about it and have several pet areas on the property. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a family run motel in Filmore. The owners were friendly and the rooms and grounds were super clean. The bathroom had toiletries ( which are rare to find in inexpensive hotels these days) and there was a nice outdoor sitting area where we could relax after a long day of driving. We received coupons for breakfast but we didnt eat in the cute diner so I cant comment. ( coffee could have been brewed a little stronger) I would definitely stop here again.

Room and breakfast were excellent. Only one small negative was there wasn't a freezer in the refrigerator. Otherwise I would have given the highest rating. Breakfast was a restaurant breakfast not one of those continental worthless kinds.

Place smelled like smoke as soon as I walked in. Stains everywhere on all furniture plus bedding under sheets is about 50yrs old.. Extremely outdated as well. 10 hr drive or I would have switched rooms..HORRIBLE!!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!●

The staff was nice here. The breakfast was quite tasty. The room amenities left a bit to be desired. Outdated. The bed was HARD and I had trouble sleeping. Overall- not the worst place we've stayed but also not the greatest.

Full service free breakfast, outdoor/indoor pool, premium channels. The facility was perfect for our quick overnight stay. The breakfast was in a restaurant and cooked to order. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.

Front desk staff was very helpful making my reservation. Good stay. You should consider this property if you are planning a trip by there. Relaxing and quiet location. Wish I had time to sample all the recreation amenities.

Nice clean room with plenty of area for our dog. Very comfortable beds and everything we needed for our stay, microwave, refrigerator in room and of course the ice machine down the hall. Delicious breakfast at the restaurant. We would stay here again.

The rooms were spotless. The water was hot, the beds were so comfy, coffee in the room is great, and the hot breakfast is always a nice way to start your day,especially when you are on the road. Next time I'm bringing my swimming suit.

Never again unless you like a bathroom without a door, no bureau and dirty linen in the sink. Tired and shabby we walked in and right out again. We dropped the keys at the desk and walked out. Could not be bothered to argue about why we would want our $214 back.

Very nice rooms and great breakfast. We stayed here one night due to winter driving conditions and it was very pleasant. Room and bathroom were very clean with large nice towels. We would stay here again.

I have always enjoyed my stays at Best Western Paradise Inn & Resort in Filmore, Utah. It's kind of rustic with a beautiful golf course. In the Winter the sunsets over the snow-covered fairways can be spectacular.

This the second chance I gave this place and they failed miserably. Not only is it not covid clean, it's not clean at all. Floors and toilet filthy and dirty towel left on bathroom door. Black hair in several places on floor. Last time we stayed, there was blood on the towels. I didn't remember it being the same place until I walked in and recognized the room. Later verified previous review. Will NOT stay again. Didn't demand another room because it's likely as dirty with the same cleaning staff.

I accidentally booked the wrong dates while in a panic on icy roads in a snow storm with no snow plows (passenger in a rear wheel drove sports car). The two gentlemen at the hotel desk were so nice and accommodating. The hotel had no vacancy, but he somehow found us a room and seriously saved our family tonight. Room is very clean and warm. Exactly what we needed. Many restaurants in the area, but most close around 9-10 pm. Chevron is right next door with plenty of snacks. Hotel also provides free hot breakfast before we brave the roads again in the morning. Pool and hot tub look nice, but we're too tired to enjoy.

It is a very good hotel and the man at the front desk was friendly, professional, and kind. We were very tired and did not have a reservation. Despite this, the front desk man rented us a room right away! I recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through Utah!

We randomly picked this BW Hotel to stay at while on a road trip from Arizona to Idaho. About 140 miles south of SLC. The manager/clerk at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Researched my status as a Diamond member and ended up getting our room for free, using a minimum number of points from my account. Nice! He gave us good recommendation on Five Dollar Pizza just down the road (don't let the name throw you, they have excellent pizza, in the $13-16 range. Try the “meat monster”!) Free Hot breakfast, many different options to pick from in the adjoining restaurant (open for breakfast only, at this time). Great place to stay, all single level rooms, spacious, easy to unload/load your vehicle directly to your room. We would definitely stay here again!

The Paradise has been a long-time go-to for us. We stay there whenever we visit family in Fillmore. The city is literally half-way between lots of different places, so it's a great place to have in your contact list if you're on the road a lot.

We made it to Fillmore in the dark on our way north to Canada and because there was a wresting tournament in town, on this Friday night we were lucky to get the last available room here. The town itself is quite old school as there is not one real restaurant where you can sit down and enjoy a meal with a cocktail. The only place that we could finds to sit and have dinner was at the local Costa Vida. Our room was comfortable, but most of the furnishings seemed to be original. Regardless, the staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was included ( and a hot one served by staff ) at the Paradise Inn Restaurant, which used to be a full feature restaurant but now is available for guests only for breakfast.

The room was comfortable and clean. There aren't a lot of choices in the area so I was pleasantly surprised that this was available. We didn't take advantage of the pool but saw others in the covered pool area. It's nice to see amenities being used. The bed seemed a rather small sized queen but comfortable. Breakfast menu was totally satisfying.

Great interstate motel with an associated restaurant that gives you a free cooked to order menu. Eggs, meat, oatmeal, etc, plus coffee and juice are included. Room is very large, even with 2 queen beds, not full size. Internet and TV worked great. TV had satellite channels for sports, movies, or news. Amenities are good quality and location is away from the interstate just far enough you heard no traffic noise. A/C and fridge worked fine. Had plenty of coffee for that 6:00 AM wakeup before the heading to the restaurant that opens at 6:30 AM. I would recommend staying here when passing through the area. This was our 3rd stay.

Clean, quiet, reasonable, and always friendly. We have stayed here many times over the last 13 years as it is the half way point to our destination. The property and the management have always provided a positive experience.

The hot breakfast in the restaurant was a nice and waitress was friendly but seemed to be working alone out front. Check in was friendly, professional, and quick. Room was clean but the beds could be updated. For a last minute need, it was great.

Paul at the front desk was great! He was extremely efficient and made the process quick as well as easy. The room was clean, well furnished, and the bed was very comfortable. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and perfect, The pool temperatures didn't put me into shock when getting in and the hot tub didn't overheat me. Both temps were perfect! Breakfast was ok.

The room was extremely dusty, the table had food stuck on it, the bathroom floor had brown stuff on it behind the door, the walls had food smeared on them, the towels were dirty and the.microwave had dried on food all over it and did not work. It was a very disappointing stay.

I'll tell you what, the plan was to say an hour and a half further south in a bigger town, but that didn't work out. So we saw this Best Western on a hotel site and booked it. I really thought the town was going to be bigger, and was a little concerned when I saw the motel was kind of in the middle of nowhere. But hey, the room was sizeable and clean and everything worked. The area seemed safe, the front desk folks were nice and helpful. We had some great pizza for dinner from 5 Buck Pizza. And the hotel allows pets. We really had a great night's sleep and were refreshed for the next leg of our journey all the way to San Diego. If you're considering a stop before the bigger city, go for it!

Good location, very nice staff, need of an upgrade and cleaning. We needed a place to stay as we made our way back to Arizona and this location was perfect. The evening staff (Paul and Kieth) did a great job and they were both pleasant and professional. The place was filled with noisy and dirty people, but given the area, we weren't surprised. The rooms could use a good cleaning and an upgrade, where the lock on our door barely worked (no functional safety latch). There was a nice area to walk our puppies, but it would be nice if people took better care in picking up after their dogs.

Room not clean in some areas, particularly the refrigerator area. The breakfast staff members were not very friendly and I waited at the front seating area until I finally just found a table and sat down. They were out of quite a few breakfast items, but when I finally received my order, I was chastised for seating myself.

What a lovely little hotel. Keith took such amazing care of us. He could give lessons on outstanding customer service! The hotel was clean and comfortable, the restaurant next door was wonderful and a breakfast voucher was included with our stay. 10/10 highly recommend

We arrived shortly before midnight with a car full of things because we were traveling across the country. Our room was on the second floor. Each room at this hotel opens to the parking lot. There was no elevator. We took the things we were most concerned about up the stairs to our room. Our car and belongings were fine in the lot overnight. Someone else had a U-Haul trailer and it was fine too. The hotel gives you a voucher for breakfast at the restaurant next door. We had to leave early and did not take advantage of breakfast. Our stay was short and it was fine.

The hotels pictures that they advertise with are completely misleading, and the hotel is run down, out dated, and finished with the cheapest fixtures and details possible. Would not recommend under any circumstance.

Great service. My battery in my van was dead when I was leaving. Paul in the office used a portable battery charger and got my van started up immediately. I was traveling with little kids as a single mom. Very appreciative of his assistance and we made it home safely. Will definitely stay here again.

This place was a decent place to stay for a night to rest. The rooms are big enough for my family. Don't expect fancy appliances but the ones they have do the job. However, be wary at eating at the restaurant for breakfast. I don't know if it's because of the size of our family (there were 9 of us in total), the waitresses, or (god forbid) we weren't white, but I felt our service was subpar. I tried ordering two different items (continental breakfast or the yoghurt) from the “free breakfast” menu and told was both were “all out”. So, I decided to have what the rest of my family had, which were pancakes, and left it at that. However another couple came in later than us to eat as well and ordered there food. After my family got our pancakes, I noticed both of the items the other couple ordered was the exact same ones I was told were “all out”. Not only that, but after they brought out our pancakes, they didn't offer syrup. We had to ask. HOWEVER, they didn't seem to forget the syrup for another table that ordered pancakes. Also, the way the waitresses talked to the other patrons (who might I add were all white) seemed much more cordial than how they talked to us. They seemed uninterested in what we had to say or even ask. Meanwhile they were all smiles and giggles with the others. They also seemed to need to be reminded of a few of our drink orders. Overall, we had a decent stay at this inn. Would have probably been a 4 star rating if we hadn't had their breakfast. I hope it had nothing to do with our race and I wish it was because there was a lot of us but I couldn't compare our treatment to any other non-white family as we were the only non-white family there.

The staff was friendly and helpful and made check-in and check-out easy. The room was clean and comfortable with ample space, and the hotel was nice and quiet. The free breakfast was a really great perk. The cook overslept and the restaurant opened a few minutes late, but the waitress hustled to get everyone seated and served quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

We were staying some place else in Fillmore, and it was awful. Nothing worked. We called Best Western and they had one room left. They had everything we needed plus more. A working air conditioner, a working TV, internet, pool, breakfast, and comfortable clean rooms. As well as amazingly kind staff. Would highly recommend this location!

First room was full of bugs and second room even though claimed to be smoke free reeked of smoke! Waited for 45 minutes for FREE breakfast after ordering and finally just got up and left…. Not a pleasant stay!

The two young ladies who were working the front desk were delightful. They gave us the name of a local eatery that was so good (Cluff's). The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served at an attached restaurant. We did not stay since the wait was longer that we wanted. Definitely someplace we will stay in out travels again.

We stayed at the Paradise Inn to golf and had a great experience. It was relaxed and hassle free. We enjoyed the breakfast where you sat down and were waited on having the choice on many items. This made eating there two days fun and enjoyable. The service was fast and friendly. The golf course was amazing, nice lush grass and nice putting greens. The driving range was fun and everything about our stay was amazing. I called the hotel direct and the hostess was nice enough to give us a room on the second floor overlooking the golf course and mountains. This made our stay even nicer. I would give it ten stars.

Quick & Easy - Check in and Checkout were very quick and easy. The location is near interstate 15 but without the freeway noise. I was in a time crunch and the restaurant was very accommodating. My breakfast was Very fast and excellent.

This property is an older one but still in great shape. The rooms were very clean and the check-in was done with ease. The location is just off of Interstate 15. The property has an agreement with an adjoining restaurant top provide a free hot breakfast daily. The restaurant “Garden of Eat'n” was in disarray the night we went there. The server advised the restaurant was sold and the staff were told that tonight was there last night !!!! That is pretty sad. However, the hotel advised that they were unaware of any changes and apparently called the Restaurant Manager who related that changes are in the works for the restaurant and that Breakfast will still be served. Nothing was mentioned about the restaurant being open for dinner which was one of the main reasons for us stopping over there. I would suggest that you call and verify about the restaurant if that is important in your decision making. The BW Paradise Inn however may still be a good choice if the rates are fair. I would not hesitate to stay at the resort again as its proximity to the Highway was of utmost importance to us.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. The restaurant was only open for breakfast which hopefully will change soon and return to all three meals. This town is so small that there isn't a single restaurant that isn't fast food!

The hotel is a little dated, but clean and comfortable. The restaurant nearby also adds to a good overall value and experience. There are no elevators, so request a ground floor if that is an issue. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful.

We were traveling through Utah and stopped here for the evening, it was fine, clean rooms, comfortable bed, pet friendly. The staff was really great, following all the COVID-19 guidelines (except in the restaurant where the staff was not wearing a mask, but friendly none the less). While it was comfortable I think the rooms could use an upgrade, but still a good place to stop for an evening.

Great personal! Caring and on top of things at all time. We had a large group and they took care of us before and during the visit. Breakfast was cater to our needs at a specific time. The facilities were nice and clean.

Requested ground floor when I spoke making reservation as we had a 9 week old puppy, put us on second floor, only received one voucher for breakfast, which was under construction, so we ate elsewhere which defeated us staying there as it included free breakfast.

It's not their fault. Shower was broken and they didn't know. Flooded the bathroom. Manager came to mop it up. Was very kind. Everything else would have been a 4.5. LOVE Fillmore, and the people. Worth a days stay.

The people were super nice and friendly, the room was nasty. There was a dirty take out food container under the desk when we got there. There was obvious dirt in edges of the carpet. There was black mold in the caulking around the tub. There was a weird brown stain in the tub wherean anti-slip mat used to be, the shower head was covered in hard water stains. Oh, and there was no way to control the temperature in the room. There was a thermostat, but it was blank.

Wasn't expecting much, but pleasantly surprised. Rooms were clean, comfy and spacious. Restsraunt on site, which is a good thing because there is only 1 fast food place close. Price was good. Staff was very nice at check in. Would stay again.

Had to travel from Wy to Arizona for a week due to family emergency. On our way back we stop at BW Paradise Inn and found the friendliest staff we have meet in a week, the cleanest room, the softest sheets and the most comfortable bed!!!! Definitely will add this place to my favorites. Thank you for making our trip home a pleasant one

Friendly staff with breakfast served at the restaurant on premises. Was a personal trip and experienced friendly helpful staff at the desk and at the restaurant. Breakfast at Best Western is usually quick and simple and to be expected but this was a nice surprise.

Room was clean and good size, however it is hard to enjoy the stay without a working hot tub or a hot shower after a long day traveling! Hot tub was less then a warm bath. The shower had to be less then 98 degrees as I was cold. Very frustrating to say the least!! I would also recommend a little larger fridge with a small freezer section.

We were driving from Arizona to Boise. Found this little gem of a hotel on our trip. Delightful staff. Very clean property & rooms. The restaurant was very convenient. We had dinner and the staff was very pleasant. Food was good. Wonderful dinner salad too. We went back for breakfast with the coupon. Best free breakfast. I ordered the ham & cheese omelette & my husband had the biscuits with sausage gravy. Delicious breakfast.

this is our family and friends go-to stop when traveling the I-15 from California to Idaho. Clean, affordable rooms, great staff and an on-site restaurant. Decor is a little dated but sparkling clean. Everyone we refer to this place becomes a repeat customer.

We stayed here on 12/21. When we requested a room that had not been occupied for 48 hrs., they accommodated us. No problem to have our dog as well. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and so helpful when we needed cleaning supplies because the dog threw up (note: in winter, be sure your dog's water is not ice cold!). We had a fridge and microwave which was needed as we bring our own food. Good grassy (and snowy) area for walking the dog. Quiet all night despite the nearby interstate. Would recommend this hotel and will stay here again! Thank you!

I was a bit skeptical but was nicely surprised to find a spacious room, very clean and comfortable. There are no elevators so outside access was a concern but ok. There were 4 locks on the door which raised a little concern but safe. The staff was great and the full breakfast at the attached full service restaurant was a terrific plus.

My husband and I are snowbirds which means every six months we travel between northern Idaho and Arizona. We really like this motel because the parking for our truck and trailer is right in front of our room. We haul our boat and it would be easy for a thief to break into it. We've never had a problem. It's more expensive than the motel 6, but comes with a voucher for a full breakfast at the restaurant next door. We are fans!

I drive through Utah a lot and I love to stay at this Best Western the best every time I pass through. The staff is always friendly, and their breakfast is the best! I look forward to my stay every time.

I wasn't expecting much when I called and the clerk told me I would be paying $100 for a queen bed for the night including my pet fee over the phone. When I arrived I was greeted by three lovely receptionist that were helpful so friendly which is such a treat when your on the road for a 10 hour trip . The check in process was simple and quick. I did pay $115 which wasn't the quote over the phone, I was too tired to dispute. I had time to access the pool and relax in the clean hot tub surrounded by gorgeous plants while I sipped my sleepy time tea. It was so beautiful. My room, it smelled clean, had fresh white stain free bed linen. I didn't see a single speck of dust or debris. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the products in the bath weren't abrasive like most hotel soap. Definitely recommend and would come back if I'm ever driving this way again!

The room was very clean and the shampoo and soap smelled grated. Loved the included breakfast, bigger than expected. Great visit. Staff was very friendly. Would have brought our swim trunks if we knew we'd be staying there.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel is, especially for the low price. The room was large, very clean and well decorated. There was plenty of hot water and the towels and linens were all of good quality. The front office personnel were very nice and accomodating. The indoor swimming poll was a hit with our 12 year old nephew. The water was heated, but still refreshing. The only disappointment was that the jets on the hot tub were not working. The related restaurant was a short walk from our door, the food was good and there was more than plenty for the money. We had dinner there and enjoyed it. The free, included breakfast, was also at the restaurant and was off the regular menu. There was nothing cheap or skimpy about it! My free breakfast could have fed me for three meals. I wholheartedly recommend this hotel.

Let's start with the obvious. It looks like the hotel was built in the late 50's or 60's. It has a small golf course that is an added plus for those who like to play golf. Fillmore is the half-way point between Salt Lake City and St. George, so we decided to spent the night. The room, although a bit dated, was clean and comfortable. The folks at the front desk were friendly. There was nothing that stood out for us, but there wasn't anything negative either.

We overnighted here last week. We have stayed here 4x before, and have always had a good experience, but after our last stay, we were disappointed and will not be returning. This trip was during the Covid pandemic, and the room appeared clean. But they couldn't tell us if the room had been empty for 24 hours; the front desk said only the housekeeping staff knew that. The TV only got one station, Fox News. When I called to report this problem, I was told someone would come and fix it, but we never heard from anyone again. We never received a survey for our stay - first time ever. Due to the pandemic, breakfast was a breakfast burrito, yogurt, and fruit. I asked if there was anything they could provide that was dairy-free, but the restaurant onsite wasn't willing to budge to help at all, so only one of us were able to eat breakfast. (Most hotels and restaurants are happy to make a piece of plain toast or provide a hard boiled egg, oatmeal, cold cereal, or some easy, quick solution to help with special dietary needs). We'll be skipping this hotel (and hotel chain) next trip, as they seem to have taken a political stand, which is disappointing.

We stayed one night at this hotel on our way home after a nearly 3 week road trip. Our main problems focused on the restaurant. When ordering dinner, we were told a few times that "nothing on the menu" was correct and that they'd been waiting a long time for new menus to arrive. Then, because of Covid, we got the grab and go breakfast which included a breakfast burrito, fresh fruit, orange juice and yogurt. Something in the burritos tasted "off" and 5 hours later both of us had a touch of food poisoning. We let the office know but nothing was offered as compensation or really even an "I'm sorry about that."

Old property that is definitely not a "report". Room was clean except for ants in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. The tap water was so cloudy I could not see through it after filling my water bottle.

The room was comfy, roomy, and clean. The indoor pool had a lift for handicap accessibility. It was a great place and very reasonably priced. They gave complimentary breakfast at an adjoining restaurant. Food was good.

Stayed one night with our dog. Very happy with hotel. Such a step up from a motel 6! Only $10 pet fee and no size/breed restrictions. Had Plenty of pet areas with pet waste bags and green space. The made to order free breakfast from the onsite restaurant was an added benefit. The room was clean and on the main floor with easy access to walk my dog.

My wife and I found this hotel several years ago as we traveled thru Utah. We stay there several times a year (10 or 12) and although it it a little aged, it is well maintained, clean, comfortable and affordable. The staff is friendly and very accommodating . As a bonus, they have an on-site restaurant.

Complained to front desk the next morning about a very loud TV in a room nearby that kept us up until 5am. Manager was supposed to contact me about this but never heard from her. Very poor at responding to complaints. A ceiling light was also burnt out. Dont think the manager cares about this property as it is lower quality compared to others I've been to.

I have stayed at The Best Western Paradise Inn in Fillmore twice. It is clean and comfortable with friendly service. The on-site restaurant serves good food. It is in a very convenient location for travel on I-15

When travelling down from Canada in January and returning home again in March we always book here which speaks to the fact that we always find the rooms clean and comfortable .Pet friendly rooms are available which is important for us.There is a restaurant next door which we like and the free cooked breakfast is served here as well which we always find delicious.There is a gas station and store fairly close which is an added bonus as well as a golf course.We recommend BW Paradise Inn & Resort.

We travelled from Butte, MT with intentions of stopping in Nephi, UT but the clock said we could do a little more. Stopped for gas in Fillmore and decided to see if there were any hotels. There was the Best Western a block off the freeway. What a great find. Nice well maintained and roomy room.

Pulled in here to stay the night and that was the first mistake,Short storey bathroom was disgusting and dirty and beds had bugs,Pictures and video of the clerk checking the bed and telling us he will have to get the exterminator to come down. Offered another room and of course we declined and left.Never again will come here.!

Our stay at the Best Western in Fillmore, Utah, was very good. The check-in experience was fast and friendly, the restaurant next door served a basic but tasty meal including complementary breakfast for staying at the hotel. After we checked out I had called to say we left our pet medicine in the fridge, and Jenny said she would personally go to retrieve it since it was a tranquilizer. This was very conscientious of her.

Room was dirty, linens were actually torn, sheets and pillows were actually wrinkle'd. Water in the shower was luke warm, and there were ants in the bathroom (in December). Breakfast (included) was good service was average. I was very disappointed and surprised as I have stayed here in previous years and did not have this experience. Not sure if they perhaps had a change of ownership but I will certainly be using alternatives on my next trip through the area

We stayed at this hotel as a stopover from California to Canada. It was very easy to find, right off the Interstate. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. They have some pet friendly rooms. If you need a place to stay in the area, we would definitely recommend it.

This is our 3rd time staying here. Each time has been a fantastic experience. Rooms clean, comfortable & nicely decorated. Staff very accommodating. Great to have restaurant on site. We will be back. Highly recommend

Clean & spacious rooms with a good & filling free breakfast. I've golfed adjacent golf course in the past—a nice little course. I come here occasionally for business, but it seems like a great place to bring the Jeep & explore around some the parks.

Room was seriously filthy. I counted 30 dead flies on the windowsill, and various live bugs. The beds had been made. I'm astounded that a housekeeper would make the beds and not notice dozens of insect carcasses by the window. So, should I move to another room? Well, I walked to the front desk via the exterior hallway and saw various other windowsills with dead flies on them. Not as many as I had though. I guess I'm special. The front desk receptionist GAVE ME A TOWEL to clean the flies with. I hope I did a good enough job cleaning the dead flies off the windowsill, and that the next guest finds my work satisfactory. The receptionist did offer me a few hundred Best Western points.

If you have to stop along the way this is a good spot. Dog friendly, easy on and off from interstate. Good value. The breakfast is a real one...not just waffles and cold cereal. I will just type until I reach 200 characters.

We stay at this hotel because it is a perfect halfway marker for our end destination. We have always thought it was pretty nice and clean and inexpensive. Not this time. Room was not clean, and I am pretty sure the sheets were not fresh. The internet was so slow you couldn"t even connect to it. The breakfast has good choices but the food is just bad!

I have stayed here before and love this place. The staff are fabulous, the manager is wonderful and helps with any need. The rooms are clean, nice beds, fabulous breakfast at the restaurant next door comes with the room. Great room and great price.

TV did not work got up in the morning wifi down could not work. Room not bad but overpriced. Checked in late so TV could not be fixed. The internet was still down when I left. I do not know what telse o say to get 200

Stayed with my group, Patriot Guard Riders, for a rally, they honored the quote given the rest of the members, nice clean room ,comfortable bed, very cordial check in, thank you. Just off the freeway but didn't notice the noise of the Semis as they rumbled by. Will stay here next time we need to be in Fillmore.

After two straight bad motels on our western adventure my sister and I found this one a welcome relief. Yes, it was old, but clean and quiet. We had a toilet that seemed not to function just right and a call to the office brought instantaneous fixing. Another plus was the restaurant adjacent where we had our included breakfast & the close gas station was helpful, too. Thank you Fillmore Best Western!

The motel was pretty much what we expected. The check-in was somewhat slow and it appeared as though some of the information from the check-in got lost. The free breakfast was good but service wasn't.

I always stop at the Best Western in Fillmore Utah. They have a restaurant, gas station, hotel and golf course. I love to play the golf course. It's a great 9 hole course. The prices are excellent. I usually play a round of golf when I arrive and then again the next morning. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

We stayed here on 9/17/19. The hotel is an older style Best Western but we thought the exterior looked very nice and our room looked like it had be updated recently. The woman who checked us in was great,( helpful and pleasant). The room was clean and nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable, The bathroom was fine with the sink area outside the toilet and bath tub/shower area. The internet was fine for checking emails and web surfing. Breakfast is at the restaurant next door (the Garden of Eat'n) and was better than most BW breakfast buffets. We would stay here again.

The people are great, and it is as clean as a 50 year old hotel that does not seem to be updated can be, however, ask the locals, this is the best place to stay and the attached restaurant is the best place to eat.

This is a quaint motel that was clean and a fair price. It was in a good location for our travels passing through. They have a wonderful breakfast. There was a golf course and pool on site which we did not partake in.

We have been staying here every year on our annual vacation trip for over 10 years. If anything, it has improved over the years. Maintenance is good! Everything worked as it should (Plumbing, AC, Lights, TV & Wi-Fi). Room was neat and comfortable and not overpriced. It is pet friendly. We love the included breakfast at the adjoining restaurant.

I just wanted to say how much my family & I enjoyed staying at the Best Western Paradise in Fillmore Utah. The beds were comfy, staff was amazing very accommodating for a family of 5. We loved the restaurant we ended eating there for dinner & breakfast during our 1 night stay. If we ever make it back that way you will be seeing us again!

Stayed here after the car broke down on I15. The room was standard BW however I have to single out the supremely helpful staff. They took us in at midnight, loaned us phone chargers & gave us an extra cot. The managers should be grateful to have such good people working for them. Good breakfast.

The room super clean they had a restaurant golf course and nice pool the room was super neat and the toilet paper was nicely folded and other small things. The restaurant was nice and had good tea I really enjoyed my short stay and I wish I could stay longer

Room was the largest of the rooms we had during our 6,090 mile road trip. Very accommodating and helpful fellow - perhaps the owner - checked us in. Room had a nice view from the second floor walkway. Best part was the fee breakfast we got at the restaurant next to the hotel.

The whole staff from Alicia who is the manager to Paul the front desk clerk to the cleaning staff goes out of their way to make you feel right at home.. If you're near Fillmore Utah I would suggest this hotel

We stayed in Moab, UT, Mesquite, NV and Ventura, CA and this was the nicest, cleanest and spacious room we stayed in the whole trip. Was nice to just park in front of door and no hauling luggage up stairs.

We were on our way through when our RV broke down. The hotel had nice rooms and reasonably priced with a great breakfast voucher. The staff was accommodating to our needs with allowing us to check in early so we didn't have to wait outside in the heat. It was a good experience.

Nice, friendly staff, and clean! Did not expect such a good experience from photos but now understand why they were almost full on a Tuesday night. Room clean and comfortable. Older motel and if there wasn't a crack at the top of the door I would've given it five stars for the value. Breakfast served at a mom and pop restaurant next door- excellent food and service.

While traveling and getting tired my favorite chain of hotels was just looming over the hill. The room was wonderful, spacious, clean and best of all the availability of a restaurant next door. If you spend a day or two they have a golf course ready and waiting for you. I enjoyed the hotel so much that on my way home I stopped there again. Oh they have a free breakfast in the morning.

We were traveling out west & needed a hotel for one night. When we first saw this Best Western at 905 North Main, Fillmore, UT, we weren't too excited. The main reason was that rooms were exterior. We got checked in & found the rooms were better than expected. There was a pool in an enclosure kind'a in the middle of the parking area. They did have free breakfast but was in a restaurant next door. We actually ate supper there and were pleased with food and staff. Went over the next morning for the free breakfast (separate menu). It was quite good, & again the wait staff were very friendly. I would always choose interior rooms, but this was the only hotel nearby.

We stayed for memorial day and the hotel was almost three times the regular price for that day. I didn't understand that when I made the reservation. The breakfast was okay, the food was hot but the eggs were still runny. The pool was still a little cold, being on the roof in May, which may be expected. We did not expect for them not to have a hot tub though, my family only went swimming once during our stay because of this. Worst of all, the parking garage elevator was broken for our entire stay, which meant that we had to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs to get to our car. My son had a cast on his foot and could not do the stairs, so one of us had to go get the car and bring it down every time we left. They charged us for only 1 day of parking because of this instead of 3, making the parking charge $20 instead of $60. I don't think we should have been charged at all. I booked our first room on booking.com, and the hotel cancelled it without asking for a different card or contacting me first. I had to settle for a smaller room, with less beds, for the same price. The regular elevators worked fine, the room was fine, the maid service was great. Not a bad hotel, just need to fix a couple things.

The room was very clean with very comfortable beds & there is lots of room to park the truck & trailer. The complimentary breakfast is excellent. I have previously stayed there before & I will always stay there again n the future.

This hotel has a newer and older section. For obvious reasons, ask for the south side of the hotel! For no other reason, the a/c works better! Paul, the desk clerk was a joy! So nice! Free breakfast from the restaurant next to the hotel. Hot and made fresh!

The rooms are always modern and clean. They allow pets for just $10 extra which is appreciated. The guest bag at check in is always a delightful surprise. The complimentary breakfast at the attached restaurant was very good with large portions and coffee included!

We stay here every April. The staff are friendly - rooms are clean - great choice for complimentary breakfast in the onsite restaurant. Gas station right beside hotel - easy access off the I-15. Pet friendly too - have a swimming pool - not sure if It's heated.

My wife and I travel from Alberta Canada to Arizona every winter for a four month stay. When we travel we prefer Best Western hotels. The Best Western Paradise Inn and Resort is one of our favourite places to stay. The staff are friendly and efficient as well as in restaurant. The rooms are clean and comfortable, wifi worked good for us. We feel that we get good value for the room rates charged. We will be back!

The staff left a beautiful plant and a sympathetic note in my room. I was treated with kindness and understanding due to the fact I was attending a funeral after the death of my son. Staff opened the room up early so I could rest and relax even before the 3:00 check in.

Got a great deal as a Best Western Reward member and front desk was great. Rooms are large and well done. Breakfast at restaurant is a nice addition even if we didn't get refill on coffee. BUT-stay was ruined by what looked like a bloody hand print on wash cloth and smeared onto handtowel hanging with it. Then found dark hair in the bedding when mine is white. Couldn't ask for a different room because I got the last ground floor and can't do stairs. Ruined my stay and they didn't even offer to discount my rate after I took the towels to the office.

We decided at the last minute to go away for overnight. Weather got bad and we saw a sign for a BW and I called on my phone to make reservations. It was clean and nice and has a restaurant attached so we didn't have to go out and find some place to eat. The desk people were pleasant and very nice. We couldn't find the BW at first we turned the wrong way but I called them and the man said he would be out front waiting for us and waving. He was.

Room on main level so could back your car up to the door to unload. Swimming pool and hot tub nicely kept in a separate building. Breakfast was in the restaurant attached to the hotel and was complementary but you ordered off the menu and was very nice.

Always stay here on the way through to Arizona. It's a nice quiet place to stay. The people there are always welcoming and explain their breakfast options for the next morning. An older place but very comfortable and reasonable for price.

I have never been treated better . . . the staff, the room, the breakfast, the parking were all top notch, down home and accommodating. This Inn is super clean, well maintained and the atmosphere just plain feels good. My wife and I plan to return often. A special thanks to the front desk for restoring my faith in humanity . . . it's nice to know that there are still folks out there willing to provide an elevated service.

The rooms were nice. The breakfast was high quality and was in a restaurant. The menu had many choice. my family all got the eggs, bacon, pancakes, and juice/milk. The in-door pool was amazing for our family. There was a hot tub.

We were on a road trip and stayed at four motels then rented a house for two weeks. This was by far the cleanest of them all!! You can't find a better one. Beds were very comfortable too . It's definitely going to our preferred stop in that area. Wish I could find more gems like this.

The lady who checked us in was so kind and friendly. She told us all we needed to know. We asked her for a quiet room on the top floor. When we arrived there, the heat was on as well as all of the lights. The complimentary breakfast in the restaurant was great. Again, a very kind waitress. This is on the north side of town. If coming from the south go all the way through town until you are almost to the freeway entrance.

We were looking for a stop between Boise ID and our home in AZ. We were pleasantly surprised. Clean and remodeled and the desk staff was very accommodating. Brought us a microwave for use for our breakfast and the restaurant next door was not bad, not great but food was good and there isn't much to chose from in the area. We will use this is our stop again this year on our drive South

This was very costly ($100.00)for one night and what you got. Only one bath towel for the two of us. Floor was dirty around beds. What gave away not being vacuumed was there was a penny on the floor. And then the one bed looked like it had been slept in and the cover put back over the sheets. Not to mention there were crumbs and sand all through the bed. We will not stay here again!

We own the Inn on the Cliff hotel in St. George Utah. We loved how clean our room was. The room was newly renovated from what I could tell and and all around great property. We are looking forward to staying here and golfing next spring.

After leaving Arizona we made it as far as Fillmore before dark. We always worry about hitting game after dark so decided to give this hotel a try. Good call ! The front desk was helpful in finding the best price for us and gave us choices of level and rooms. While this is an older hotel, rooms have been remodeled and are clean and the beds really comfortable. Breakfast is not on site but they have a coupon for free breakfast in the restaurant across the breezeway.. Service was great as was the food. Although it wasn't a full menu, there were plenty of choices for the price of a tip .. Highly recommended!

The motel was ok, bed was fairly comfortable. Shower conditioner was out and my daughters too the shower gel was out, so apparently they do not check those. The restaurant food was good, but the service was lacking. They had to wait to be seated by the hostess, yet no hostess was there and 7 people came in and waited like 10 minutes before anyone came out to see if anyone was here.

A lovely indoor pool, comfortable room with quiet air conditioning, a golf course and on site restaurant. The staff are very friendly and give great service. All for a reasonable price! A hot breakfast served by restaurant staff was included and supper the night before was also very good.

Despite being just off the main highway this is a quiet and peaceful place to stay. The hotel is an old motel style venue with a central building holding the indoor pool. Everything was clean and tidy and seemed to be well maintained. Front office staff were friendly and welcoming. Free onsite breakfast at the connected restaurant was good with plenty of options on the menu and genuinely hot tea (very unusual in the US where it seems they want to make tea with water that is not boiling :-) ) East parking and a good price make this a positive place to stay.

Great place to stay after a long drive or for a short stay. great staff, nice room, and free breakfast provided by the hotel at its restaurant. Quiet place with a golf course close by, which was a litle odd since it seems to be in the middle of no where.

While the hotel had the old motel style, the experience was ok. The views surrounding the hotel were very lovely with the golf course behind it and God's creation all around. The restaurant that provided the breakfast had a community feel to it and the breakfast menu options were good. The service there was good and the food was great! The staff at the hotel were very accommodating. Wish I had the time to visit the local attractions.

This hotel offers a great value. Free breakfast - which was good at the neighboring restaurant. Ability to park right at your room which makes for quick unloading and loading of your luggage. We were very satisfied and will stay here again if the occasion arises.

Nearly Fillmore's only. Everything a business traveler could need in one place. A clean basic standard hotel, adjoining restaurant, gas station/market, plus a golf course out the back door!. Right off the interstate, easy to find. The only issue was limited internet access resulting in no computers, or card readers. Unable to check in or get food at the diner. Cash only. Well a working ATM is available at the gas station. Clean albeit dated rooms. A really nice pool located in its own greenhouse type structure. Plan to spend a fair amount of time.

We arrived late and the staff was very accommodating. The room was dated, Our beds were decent, The internet went out twice during our stay. Front desk tried to help, but it seemed to be an outside issue. We had no shampoo in our room. The breakfast was at an attached restaurant and was 5 star AMAZING. Hotel is located next to a golf course. There was an indoor pool and hot tub, but we did not get a chance to use it.

We have stopped at this motel twice now and both times the staff and room and restaurant was great. Everything was clean and neat. Breakfast was offered off the menu and not powdered eggs. Golf course attached.

The hotel is definitely not a destination as it claims. The room was old and rundown. Staff was nice. Uncomfortable bed, people sitting outside their rooms smoking and talking late into the night. Didn't do breakfast, we really just wanted to leave in the morning.

Traveling throughout the northern United States down the Grand Canyon and had no reservations. Scary I know. Came across this Best Western Paradise Inn & Resort that is a diamond in the rough. It's more like an Inn 2 floors. Clean and so accommodating. Restaurant on the premises great food within walking distance. Pool and gas station/convience store within walking distance. Really enjoying my stay at Best Western. Clean rooms with awesome beds and pillows. Great staff overall very pleasant stay. They have the best breakfast compared to other hotels. I think we found our new best hotel company!

We stayed at The Best Western Paradise Inn & Resort on Aug 28th and 29th. Went to Fillmore to visit my son's family. The place has been recently renovated and is very well cared for. Has a very unique history that you can read about. The restaurant on property is very nice. You get hot breakfast with your stay. Also if you like a 9 hole golf course adjoins the property. I don't play that much but the course is absolutely beautiful and reasonable. $22 a person for the 9 hole with golf cart.

We stayed here for a night driving from Phoenix to Park City. It was a good stopover point for us. The man and woman who checked us in (whose names elude me) were incredible. They took such pride in their jobs you thought you were being checked into a 5 star hotel. Our room was on the 2nd floor which gave us a little view. The room was very spacious, a generous King with a tub. The room could use a little refresh but everything was clean, nice and functioned well. We brought our dog with us and there was only a $10 dog fee which we thought was great compared to a lot of places. They gave us coupons for free breakfast in the morning and all in all we had a good night there. The town of Fillmore is cute, grocery store and a couple restaurants. Good place to stop over for the night.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, they were able to direct us to a place to eat on Sunday evening after 7 pm. The room is clean and spacious, the breakfast is at the restaurant and not the regular BW self serve breakfast bar, the service and food is good,

Aside from being in the middle of nowhere, this is a really good place to stay if you happen to be nearby. Spacious room, tidy and clean. The restaurant offers very decent food and the breakfast actually comes free with the room. And this is not like your typical heap hotel chemical breakfast - this is actual food! I mean eggs, beacon, harsh browns, toast, pancake, yogurt, coffee, juice. Really nice stuff. There is also a nice looking pool, though we have not used it. Conveniently located right next to a gas station, so if you are on the run, you can refuel the car right next door. Overall, 10x better deal than anywhere in Salt Lake City for the same price.

The room was terrible as well as the breakfast. The staff was really nice but thats it. The room had about 20 flys in it and that's all we were doing was killing flys. It's a really uncomfortable bed which I couldn't even sleep on. There was this weird clicking sound that went on the whole night. The TV was terrible, it was blurry and fuzzy, the sound wouldn't come in good at all. It was an awful stay.

I was planning my trip and looked at the deals a couple of weeks before booking the hotel and in that period, the price changed from $75 to $99. I should have booked it then because the room was not worth the $99. The A/C worked ineffectively and was loud all night when it attempted to cool the room. A unit in the back of the room by the bathroom is great if you want to sleep in the tub. Watching TV was grainy unless you watch only the HD channels and there is a limited number of channels. With all that said, the breakfast was the best part. The staff at the "Garden of Eat'n" was friendly and they give you a good amount of food. Remember to tip the server generously!

On a road trip and needed a place for the night. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There room was really big and very clean. The challenge is unless you want fast food for dinner there is only one restaurant in town and it is marginally adequate. That is not the fault of the hotel but has an impact on whether I would still again. I do appreciate that they offer a complimentary full breakfast for travelers. I did not give it a try in the morning . The hotel is good so if you have finished your drive for the day... Don't hesitate to pulp in and get a good night's sleep.

The BW. Rand is overall consistent in meeting our personal requirements for our overnight or short stays when traveling by car. Staff professionalism, cleanliness of property, room size-cleanliness-bed comfort-amenities-location-value for cost.

Good, basic hotel with clean accommodation and good food. A bit pricey compared to other towns nearby. Reception was weird, with 4 people coming to the desk and just staring - maybe they were being trained? That was somewhat unnerving, but otherwise, staff in the restaurant were great. Good place to stop and revive on a long drive

Nice area right on the golf course. Easy to find. Hotel could use some updates. New beds, paint and carpet. Price was very reasonable. Great place to walk our dog. Nice breakfast that included a choice of 4 or 5 items to order off of the regular menu.

Enjoyed our stay very much! The kids enjoyed the swimming pool which was very clean and inviting. Very clean and accommodating rooms. Staff in hotel and restaurant was amazing. Food was Will defiantly stay again!!

Enjoyed a perfect night's sleep in a clean and comfy room. Great bed and ample towels. The attached coffee shop was friendly and efficient. We'll stop again while driving to and from Montana from So. California! Well done!

Stayed here with granddaughters on the way to Yellowstone. Very nice place to stay. Clean, friendly, breakfast coupons to nearby restaurant, awesome indoor pool and spa! Would recommend! Great price too!

We spent the night here with two dogs while driving to Wyoming. It's a perfect hotel if you have dogs with you. We had room 114 which was 20 feet from the neighboring golf course. They have a good restaurant on the property that will make your food to go so you don't have to leave your pets unattended. The room was clean with a great bed. We were very pleased with the hotel and will go back.

We spent one night here. The room was clean and comfortable. It was hot, so thankfully the room had a good air conditioner. The staff was friendly and helpful, when I requested a ground floor room. No problems.

I stay in BW's when I can and always have a nice room, but this one exceeded my expectations. It was as nice and clean a room as any I have stayed in for several years at much higher prices. Everything was perfect, from the comfy bed and nice linens, to the outdoor seating area where I enjoyed the evening. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling who doesn't want to spend a ton of money – you will not find better accommodations for the money anywhere.

I have stayed at this location on a number of occasions. I called to make a reservation today (7/8/18) at around 6pm local time. The phone was answered by Alexie who put me on hold then disconnected me. I called back over a Dozen times over the next hour and No One Answered The Phone. I finally gave up and made a reservation with another chain in another town Miles Away! Needless to say this BW may NEVER See Me Again!!!

Two comfy beds and mini fridge. We arrived late and were happy to see a restaurant (affiliated with inn) to eat dinner at. Food was great with good pricing. We didn't use the pool but it was enclosed, as a bonus, and had a lot of people enjoying it. The next morning we received a complimentary breakfast at the same restaurant. It wasn't a continental breakfast, thank god, but rather a real, homemade breakfast of either pancakes, omelettes, etc. With my omelette I received hashbrowns and toast and drink. It was complimentary with the room! How great is that? After breakfast I fueled up at the gas station just feet away. So yes, gas, food, lodging all within a few feet of each other. If only all hotels, motels, and Inns were the same!

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Great breakfast at attached restaurant. The covered pool is a great added feature as weather can be unpredictable A perfect place to stop for a rest along I15.

Older roadside motel, but rooms refurbished. Room was clean and exceptionally well lit. Microwave and mini-fridge. Good breakfast at adjacent restaurant was part of package. If you're headed toward Delta, UT, this is a good alternative to staying in Delta. Old historical territorial capitol in Fillmore worth a look.

Check in went smoothly with the friendly and efficient receptionist. The room was accommodating and clean. There was an onsite restaurant for a tasty dinner and free breakfast in the morning. You do have to walk outside to get to the restaurant and pool. We wanted to use the pool in another building but didn't as they did not have bathrooms or changing rooms in that building. It was 22 degrees out with a chilling wind/snow and we didn't want to freeze to the seats in our car so we didn't use the pool. All rooms booked must walk outside or drive to the pool.

This hotel is so clean! I have stayed at hotels with higher ratings in larger cities that were not this clean. I spilled some water in the bathroom area and used one of the towels (there were 5 full size towels!) to clean up the water and the floor was spotless. No dust anywhere. Great restaurant attached to the hotel. Wonderful service in the hotel and the restaurant.

I left my Ipad in the room and the staff called me to confirm my address and then shipped it to me immediately, getting it to Wyoming in 3 days. My wife and I stasy here twice each year and just love it. I even played the golf course once and found it to be as well maintained as the hotel. Great people.

One night while on the road. This is an old style motel right off I 15. The rooms are about as you could expect, but they have been updated nicely. The bathroom area was mostly new as was the carpeting. Internet worked well. The included breakfast was provided by the associated restaurant and was cooked to order from a separate menu. Very tasty.

Older updated hotel with on property restaurant. Ours was a king and had lots of room to move around in. Nice and clean. Had an unusual window in the bathroom that was blacked out. Not sure about that. Had a young staff and young don't visit nor help with travel questions.

Coffee shop restaurant attached to motel. Free breakfast is included there....made to order, including coffee and juice.!!! Only cost is the tip to the server....who have GreAt service. Nicely heated indoor pool and spa. Also small golf course...I assume at extra cost green fee. ....and attached gas station. Large parking area to the south side. Nice room. Nice town to walk and jog around. ....so if you are moving or pulling a big RV, this property is great ???? for easy access. (A previous evaluator complained that they were the highest priced......well.....go down the block and see the cheapie $$$$$ a nite place. Tiny 1950s motels...and my Best Western room was spotlessly clean and quiet and had the amenities U expect for $94 ...TOTAL)

Super easy check in, room didn't have great decor but it had everything you would need. Bathroom was very clean, average amenities. Towels were recently new. Very surprised their included breakfast was made to order. Staff was great, the busser was even having a good laugh with us. Bring cash for gratuity, only thing missing is music in the restaurant. Kind of uncomfortably quiet. Overall, great deal.

W really liked the location as it is near the freeway. It was close enough for easy access but not so close that noise was an issue. Also, the area behind the hotel overlooking the golf course is perfect for walking the dogs.

We checked in on 4/12/18. It was the highest price in town, but we went by the Best Western Logo. The hand towel was wet from the previous guest and had not been changed. The door would not latch unless you leaned against it and could turn the dead bolt half way. Only one of two heaters were working, so the room stayed cold till we went to bed then got too hot in the middle of the night. They also left a note to please rate them 9 or 10 on Tripadviser. This is a tired motel that should not be a BW. ON a positive note though, the restaurant next door was great. Try the hot Roast Beef Sandwich, just stay somewhere else!!

Driving from AZ to MT....this was about midway along the route and a great place to stay! Clean, comfortable room at a very fair price. Convenient to I-15. Excellent value....including a voucher for breakfast at a little restaurant next door. Will definitely stay here again.

Stopped late afternoon on a snowy day in Utah. Fortunately we had called ahead once we determined how far we would get that day and booked a room. Some trouble connecting as the website for booking get directing us to the travel agent section, and then requiring a password. Obviously not good. It took three tries on the phone to actually get someone but once we did, extremely pleasant and helpful. I think it had been two years since we have stayed here and there have been many upgrades. The lobby looks great and the room had been totally redone (within the last year, I understand). Great parking even with a small trailer behind. Breakfast at the nearby restaurant was included and although a limited menu, quite adequate before hitting the road. Full menu items also available at a discount for BW customers.

Stayed here on the way south from Salt Lake City. Cute little town. Friendly service and comfortable and clean accommodations. Hotel gives breakfast to use at the restaurant next door. Would stay here again. Highly recommended.

Our experience from check in to check out was friendly, welcoming and most appreciated when one is on a long trip. The restaurant next door is very good and they are very accommodating for breakfast. My husband wasn't well and they did a great take out order.

Great to get out of the snow. Very quickly we were in our room and relaxing. Associated restaurant was enjoyable and the special was good. Also the included hot breakfast was of value. Met a number of people in a similar situation, heading north into colder weather.

Just a good stop before heading into St George..Nice staff, Clean rooms, Great restaurant next door. We plan to return during warmer weather and play the 9 hole golf course, next door. Yes, I would recommend this motel.

Clean, well maintained, terrific breakfast, good staff, decent price! Have been here several times and it is always good. Has a golf course attached to the hotel, so if you golf it would be fun. The pool, while not attached to the main building, is well maintained.

Nice, helpful staff at motel and in adjoining restaurant, where a complimentary hot breakfast is included with the room. The handicapped bathroom had an excellent bench that allowed the water to flow through it and did not get water all over the rest of the bathroom floor (both of these were in contrast to another place we stayed on the trip) and was oriented so that it was easier to navigate and within reach of the soap and shampoo dispensers. The bed was comfortable, and we were overall well pleased with the experience.

While this motel is closer to a budget level facility, it is well-maintained for its age. Plusses: Lobby person described the particulars of the property and provided a BW member snack gift. Our King room had very good lighting, w/no significant dark spots. Bed was good, if not great. Uncramped room, vanity separate from toilet and tub/shower. All equipment/furnishings operated well. Wooden armoire provided plenty of space for clothes. We asked for & were placed in a higher (second) floor room. Minuses: The stairs leading to the second story looked like an after-thought and felt a bit rickety. Included complete breakfast was in the seperate restaurant on the property. Had dinner there as well, since this appears to be the main (only?) sit-down restaurant in town. Served okay comfort food.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed was comfortable enough. they have a pool but it is in the middle of the courtyard and you have a small walk to get to it. During the summer this would be fine, but during the winter...not so much. breakfast is served and the restaurant next door and it was very tasty. The hotel was a bit more expensive than i would have liked.

Being winter we could not experience the golf resort aspect but we found this Inn a comfortable place to stay after a day of winter driving.The rooms are a good size with a fridge but not a microwave.There is a diner style restaurant next door and the Inn includes a breakfast voucher for guests.There is also a service station with food mart adjacent to the location so travellers can get all they need. Recommended.

My husband and I stopped at the Fillmore Best Western when traveling through. The check-in staff was very friendly. We were impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the room. The price was extremely reasonable. Very satisfactory!

Front desk lady was very sweet and knew how to treat customers and make them feel welcome. The rooms were clean and peaceful quite and clean. My check out was easy and painless. I will stay here again in the future

I like the convenience of staying at a hotel where I can have breakfast, gas up and get on the highway in seconds. Everything is so convenient with the gas station and restaurant all at the same location. Someday, I hope to take in some golf which is also located on the premises. When my key didn't work, the staff came up and got me in with a new set of keys. We've stayed here twice on trips between Canada and Vegas and we've never been disappointed. The historic town is a walk away.

Great king size bed, reasonable prices, wifi and homemade food to die for. Cinnamon Buns, pies, cakes. Yummy. Huge breakfast included several menu choices. Service is pleasant an the decode is modern with granite tabletops. Clean, bright and happy staff. We are a retired couple traveling to Arizona.

Conveniently located off interstate. Pet friendly. Check in staff very efficient and friendly. Reminded me of double points available for this date. Room very clean and roomy. Excellent homemade breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Up to Best Western standards. Friendly greeting - large room - quiet. Clean. Great pool and hot tub area. Breakfast included at adjoining restaurant - excellent ! Variety of TV Channels better than most hotels - very good wi-fi for a remote location. Currently resolving a minor charge to credit card that I am questioning with Manager.

This is a great little hotel just off the interstate in Fillmore. The front desk staff were very efficient and knowledgeable, the room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast at the onsite restaurant was fantastic.

Great place to stay. We received good information on roads, restaurants, local businesses. Shiny clean rooms. Excellent meal service. Free breakfast, not in the usual hotel breakfast room, but in the actual restaurant with several items from which to choose. All were hearty breakfast offerings. We'll go back.

Quite and clean. Just off of the freeway next to a golf course. We stayed for just a few hours and was able to sleep, eat breakfast and get back on the road. Tip ask for a room away from the stair well.

I checked into the hotel because it was late and it was roughly another 80 miles before the next community of any size. The hotel had been recently remodeled and it was nicely done.. Unfortunately the thermostat/heater was not working. The room was a bit cool and by morning it was cold. The shower also had issues in that it fluctuated materially throughout the shower. The hotel was not inexpensive and when you are paying such a pric , you expect everything to work.

I found the hotel late at night needed a place to sleep I found the man at the desk very nice . The room was clean well made up . It seemed to be newly redone. Everything worked the bed comfortable. The water hot. The next surprise was the free breakfast. You had enough choices to satisfy anyone. Food was hot and fresh. Coffee was good and hot. All in all my stay was very satisfying I was tired from the long drive but left happy and had a great night sleep very quiet no traffic noise. I recommend this best western to anyone.

The location is very close to I-15 but it was quite and peaceful. Warm breakfast is what you need after a tiring journey and late night sleep! Complimentary breakfast was served in the restaurant and it was simply delicious.

We needed a room with a breakfast and this place was just right. The restaurant was just across the parking lot, for which we'd been given vouchers. We had a good breakfast and enjoyed a good night's sleep at this Best Western. No problems. Not sure why it's called a "resort." It appeared to be like other motels in the "motor hotel" sense in which you drive right up to the room and enter into the door from the parking spot.

The door room locks did not work properly and had to keep going to front desk to get them coded but it was a great,clean,friendly hotel convienent stop just off the I-15 heading south. Would recommend this place for a good nights sleep

Located on the north end of Fillmore, with great interstate access, a gas station right next door, and a restaurant onsite. We came here with the intent of riding on the Paiute Trail; due to some equipment problems and weather issues, we spent several "unintended" days here, and management bent over backwards to accommodate us. Rooms were clean and obviously maintained; didn't have a chance to use the pool/hot tub, but it looked really inviting. We used the restaurant for several meals, not just the free (and awesome!) breakfast; service was really good, food was good, and prices were very good.

Stayed here based on Trip Advisor reviews when traveling to Las Vegas. Clean and well kept. Super reasonable rates. Nice having a restaurant on site. The stay included breakfast at the restaurant. You could choose from limited menu or pay extra for full menu. Limited menu was all you could want for a breakfast. Recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

Mostly nice room but staff and restaurant abysmal. On hiking, sight -seeing trips around Western U.S. Usually rest assured that at some nearby freeway interchange there is a Best Western which usually meets a minimum of cleanliness and user-friendly facilities. This was first first-ever major disappointment. Restaurant out of food on menu, TV channel guide had no relevance to what was actually available. Temperature control tiny font visible with reading glasses but not readable and few buttons not intuitive what they were for.

The hotel was nice but nothing too great. However, I found the full complimentary breakfast at the adjoining restaraunt in the morning to be wonderful and a very pleasent surprise. I will stay here again while traveling I-15 in central Utah.

We were exhausted from driving all day and were checked in very quickly with no prior registration. Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. Wifi service was good and not too difficult to hook to. Shower was nice and hot with good water pressure.

This Best Western is in a great location for the traveler. The rooms are nice and comfortable and the on site restaurant has good food at reasonable prices. They offer a complementary breakfast menu for guests. Pool and other amenities. This facility has reasonable prices also

This was a Very Nice surprise place ! We were driving back from Yellowstone and we just happen upon it , Wish it was closer to us, because I would go to the restaurant for the food. Enjoyed are stay !

We love Best Western and always look for them when traveling. Very happy with the size of room and bath rooms . Nice beds and pillows. Lot of item for shower and shampoo . Love having the breakfast that they provide and the food is always good and a large selection. Always in a good location also.. .

This hotel deserves a 20 rating, not just a 10. Everyone went out of their way to be kind, helpful. The rate was GREAT. The room was CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, We wish we could take this hotel with us throughout our 2 wk vacation

This is an old motel and when we opened the room door the smell was very unpleasant. They have remodeled and kept things up to date, very comfortable bed and pillows. The swimming pool, hot tub, and pool area were clean. I struggle with an over all review because so much was good. The air conditioner had one fan speed and the controls are too high to see what I was doing. My husband and I both woke up in the middle of the night with headaches because the fan dried the room out so bad.

We are staying at a RV park in this town and thought it'd be nice to go to the restaurant and have coffee and split a danish. They had one danish left and it was one with orange icing. If you like a dark roast robust coffee you won't find it here. To our taste although it was fresh and hot it was like drinking flavored water. The danish was not huge and it was OK but way too sweet, so if you don't like really sweet you don't want the danish. BUT here's the killer, 1 danish and 2 coffees cost us $11.51. There are no senior discounts or military discounts. Of course if you are staying at the hotel you get a free breakfast or a 35% discount. I am certainly happy we weren't looking for a meal.

This best Western is very well-managed. It is located right next to a golf course and there is a restaurant and gas station all within the same property. A full complementary breakfast is included at the restaurant. We will definitely be making this a regular stop on our trips north and south on US 15.

The motel is near the freeway, but the rooms are super quite with no sounds next door or running water, etc. It is what I anticipate to find at a good Best Western Motel. There is coffee in the room and the breakfast offered is at the restaurant on the site and is good.

A great place to stay in Southern Utah! Largest hotel in the area, with a great golf course, restaurant, pool, and excellent view. Parking was easy and it was nice and quiet. We were pleased to have been there.

This little Best Western is the most impeccably clean and orderly motel I've seen -- inside and out. The property has been skillful maintained and the service is kind and quick. I would recommend a stay here if you are in S Utah.

Exceeded our expectations. Check in was friendly and easy. Room spotlessly clean. Two queen beds, each had four pillows, which was very very nice. Plenty of towels. Air-conditioning worked great. Restaurant on site made for an easy quick late night dinner and the included breakfast was very nice at the same restaurant with a coupon that we received at check in. Probably going to go a little out of our way on the way home in eight weeks to stay there on our way south. Highly recommended. If we had time, that golf course looked pretty nice too.

Traveling to Montana, we have stayed here a few times in the past 14 years. It has always been consistently clean, comfortable, nice indoor pool/spa, great food & service in the restaurant. The gas station is right there so you can fill up & jump right in the I-15! Quiet place to stay with a nice golf course.

Returned to the area of my youth for a high school reunion. Paradise Inn was not on the map when I grew up there. But the dining; absolutely out of this part of the world. Fish and Chips where halibut, I'm guessing in beer batter, was my choice. Three large portions with plenty of homemade tartar sauce, a lovely salad, and, thanks to my delicate condition, water to drink. I haven't tasted halibut that good since I lived near Morro Bay, California. Would I recommend it? Certainly, beats the off-ramp restaurants ten to one. Well worth the trip through Fillmore, "home of Utah's first capitol", if you are traveling south and if north, then go to the north off-ramp to get off. Golf? Nine holes next door.

We picked this motel sort of randomly based on proximity to SLC airport. Staff was very friendly; room was huge and clean. Bathroom layout was great with shower and commode separate from sink. No towel rack close to sink. A/C blows right into bathroom, but at least it wasn't blowing on us at night like other hotels. And it seemed to work well. Pool area totally separate from everything else in a glass building and it was very nice. Breakfast was great. Dinner was good, but nothing special. Staff in restaurant was great. Breakfast SOOO much better than rubber eggs in most hotel kitchens. I will stay here again in a heartbeat if I'm in the area.

Checkin was easy. Our room was big and clean. No smoke odor, which is a big deal for us. Very basic, but the beds were nice and things were in good order. The price was terrific. No problem getting a room for a family of five at a good rate. Breakfast was provided via coupons to the restaurant on site. It was good (typical diner fare) and free, but we did leave a tip for our server. (even so, the price of the tip and the total hotel bill including tax together was still very reasonable.) We will stay there again.

Great hotel... friendly staff, clean and accommodating. My only complaint is that I had a non-smoking room and was advised to not smoke in the room. When we got to our "non-smoking room, however, it reeked heavily of cigarette smoke.

Stopped here late at night on the way to Yellowstone. Very friendly, clean, and welcoming! enjoyed the room and restaurant! We ordered food 15 minutes before closing and it was really good! room had two queen beds behind the pool. Pool is very nice and enclosed in glass structure.

The front desk was extremely helpful. After a long drive (13 hours on the road), the clerk at the front desk could see I was having a hard time walking and found me an easily accessible room on the first floor. Check in was quick and in no time we were in our room. My kids enjoyed the pool and being so close to a golf course. Beds were clean, comfy and had lots of pillows. The complimentary breakfast was a surprise. The restaurant is on-site and you have a choice of what to get for breakfast. One of my kids forgot their huge stuffed animal. The front desk tried to contact us and then shipped the animal the quickest way to our home. That's old-fashioned service I appreciate! I would stop here again if in the area.

The hotel is fine for what it is, a 1-night layover as part of an extended road trip. Serviceable, but unremarkable. Unable to comment on included breakfast because no server came to our table within the 15 minutes after we were seated. Complete service failure.

Barbara was terrific at the front desk. Provided everything we needed and suggest we eat at the restaurant next door. Even froze our ice pack since the in room fridge did not have a freezer compartment.

Hotel name is a little misleading. It is not paradise and not a resort. It is a low-end hotel - noisy, luke warm shower, overly expensive on-site restaurant, I would not stay there again. Priced too high for value of room.

I loved the entire stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The directions to the hotel were clear and simple. The restaurant was remarkably American with a good selection and the service and food were excellent. I would highly recommend this BW to anyone traveling through the Fillmore area.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was next door at the restaurant and better than continental. The wi-fi was fast and worked well. The air conditioner worked and did not clank all night.

We make the round trip journey between California and Wyoming several times a year and Filmore is a good rest point and the Best Western Plus is the best choice where to stay. Highly recommend this place for the pool and restaurant and it has the best breakfast deal around.

Very quiet, comfortable, clean and spacious. These are the top characteristics I enjoy when staying at a hotel or motel. The stay in Fillmore at BW was my third. The first time was 2007 then 2008 with my pets. The location was the primary reason the first time due to my fatigue from the road. I have returned since and have had stayed in the same area of the hotel each time and enjoyed the room every time because the room is very quiet and I can fall asleep fast after a very hot shower. Although there is a restaurant I have never had a meal there because I am always too tired before sleep and I do not eat a big breakfast however, the coffee is good. I can make the drive to Ogden refreshed after my stay.

Room was great, clean and everything worked as expected. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful at check in and explained everything very well. Breakfast was great, had a full breakfast in the restaurant and not just a continental one in the lobby. Will stay there again for sure.

The hotel was fine although our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The bed was comfortable, the shower was warm, the air conditioning ice cold. Staff was mostly friendly. The service in the restaurant could have used a lot of improvement because one server was trying to do everything. The pool was great for our young kids.

This hotel was next to a golf course, thus the resort. We don't play golf but enjoyed our stay there. It was nice to get a hot home cooked breakfast at the adjoining restaurant. Even though the building was older, it had many upgrades to bring it into modern times and was comfortable. The room did have a bit of a musty smell when we first went in but that did not last long. We would stay there again if we were in the area.

The family (it had to be a family) that runs this establishment was amazing. It was an unexpected pleasure after staying at chains, where employees are only that - employees. Not here. Here you will see smiles, here kind and polite words - the kind you may not be used to hearing like Ma'am and Sir. The entire staff deserve praise and compliments for being the best. We didn't enjoy the pool or the golf course but we saw many that did. Everyone was smiling. The rooms were clean and quiet. The food reminded us of a welcomed home cooked meal, and the following day, with a good map, water, snacks, and a capable 4WD explored the Lava Tubes, saw a small herd of antelope, a coyote, and a golden eagle.

I always stay at best westerns I know they will always treat me well as we travel we always look to find Best Western we will be going back east on a trip and I'll be using my points to help pay for the rooms( sorry there is not a Best western in Vernal Utah anymore)

I have stayed here at least a dozen times in the past but it has gone down in quality and service A/C units are old and located in the worst place to try and cool off the room. Great chemical smell in the rooms. Feet where very dirty after having a shower from walking on the carpet.

I totally appreciate a clean hotel! It was wonderful & the staff was so nice and helpful. The room had space, was really clean & the bed was super comfy. It included a full breakfast at the attached restaurant...which was delicious! Great experience!

We needed a place to stay overnight between the Grand Canyon and Boise, so picked this. It was much nicer than we expected! And the full service restaurant breakfast was really appreciated after eating on the road so much the previous days. The young man who checked us in was very friendly and polite which was also very much appreciated after a long day of driving and getting in so late.

Really nice hotel - clean, modern, great amenities. We all loved the pool and hot tub. The pool area is modern, clean, and inviting. The breakfast is a full, hot breakfast at the restaurant next door. Considering the hot breakfast for all of us, the room was an excellent value. Next time this way, we will stay again for sure!

Good choice for stop between SLC and S. UT. I recommend playing 9 holes in the morning if you get a chance. Not many restaurant choices in Fillmore. Not great food, but may be best alternative if you don't want Mex or Pizza (from what I have read).

The Best Western Paradise Inn and Resort has a grandiose name, but it's actually a one-story motel. That's not necessarily a bad thing. Somebody has put a lot of money into refurbishing it and it's not bad. But there were some problems. When we checked in, the woman behind the desk couldn't find my reservation and was borderline rude about it. I went to my car to get the Expedia printout, and after much tapping of keys, she finally located it and grudgingly gave me a key. We couldn't park in front of our unit because two cars were already there. It turned out they were employee cars, and one of those employees barged into our room without knocking. The room was very large and clean, but it was rather Rube Goldberg. A small refrigerator was tucked in next to the sink, and the a/c unit was built into the wall. It was quite loud, and none of the controls (temperature, fan speed) seemed to work. Not an awful experience, but the hotel staff needs to emulate the friendly attitude of the adjacent restaurant (separate review).

Have stayed at this property several times over the years, recent upgrade to property a welcome change, this property is convenient to Interstate, full service (at least to our needs) even has a golf course on property, very nice

They gave me a room which reeked of cigarette smell. When I complained about the problem, the front desk clerk said all of their rooms are non-smoking. I asked her why some of the rooms had no-smoking sign on the door while others didn't including the room I was assigned to. No explanation. She gave me another room which smelled tobacco as well, again, no-smoking sign on the door. Only when I returned the third time, she gave me a room with no-smoking sign and sure enough, no bad smell. She was either being dishonest or uninformed about the conditions of the property. Either way, I certainly didn't feel like my complaint was addressed with care and expediency.

Friendly staff at motel and restaurant. Excellent food, clean up to date rooms. Wish we could have stayed more than one night. Food was great and flavorful. Enjoyed brief time here. will stay here again when traveling this route.

We just stayed here last night and I was very impressed with the improvements and updates that have been made! For an older motel, they did a nice job. The rooms are clean and everyone was friendly. Their restaurant is terrific! And, your breakfast is free. We travel this route every summer and one year we decided to drive to Nephi instead. Big mistake! Neither the hotel nor the restaurant we tried were as good as the Paradise Inn.

The Staff were very courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean the bed comfortable and the vanity had bright lights. They gave us a voucher for breakfast at the restaurant next door. If you are towing they have a large lot that you can park next to them. We would stay there again. No complaints.

Nice rooms and Restaurant friendly caring staff good food. The golf course is a fun little course. We will stay and play whenever we pass through Fillmore . There were quite a few ATV's of all sorts in the parking lot. Apparently this is a destination for off-road lovers as well

The motel was clean and fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was only 1 restaurant in walking distance. There was nothing to do in short walking distance. motel was on edge of town. It appeared to be a safe location.

Located right off the freeway in the small town of Fillmore is a "resort" type motel. They are resort because they have a golf course. It's an older type motel with all rooms open to the parking lot. They are very well maintained. In the center of the parking lot is an enclosed swimming pool (a mesh/glass type structure where you can see in/out but no solid walls). Restaurant on site and offer free complimentary breakfast from a set menu for the motel. Breakfast is very good with great service. Staff at front desk are great and very helpful. Beds are comfortable but raised high so short people may need to use a step stool. Vending is all near the office so a little walk to get there. It's a small motel but good for a short stay if traveling through. Not much for children except the swimming pool. Close to amenities - up from motel off freeway and near the motel as well, are plenty of gas stations. We arrived late so didn't get to explore town or area. It is a historic town worth discovering.

This was a great stop along I-15 in Utah. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room also had a fridge and microwave. Nice enclosed pool area and a golf course next door. The complimentary breakfast was awesome! Big selection.

Excellent service and the restaurant had good food and great service. This is a very good choice as a nightly stop. The office staff was very helpful and the young man that served us at the restaurant went out of his way to make us feel like we were welcome and important. We have noted this as a great place to stop on our map and will return.

We have stayed at the Best Western Paradise Inn many times. We like the location and the staff is always very friendly. The restaurant is next door and is perfect for us. We will continue to stay at the Inn once or twice a year.

Great place, great location, great staff, etc. etc. Size of the room was wonderful. Bathroom was huge, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was served at the restaurant with a choice of various types of breakfasts. All in all - would definitely recommend this hotel.

On our way to Mesquite and Vegas and got away a day earlier than we had planned. Stopped here for rest and golf. We were well surprised and happy with our decision. Such a week-kept property with kind employees and a yummy breakfast!

Warm clean pool really appreciated after 12 hour travel day. Beds to die for! Excellent breakfast and friendly, efficient staff were really helpful. We would highly recommend this motel any time and enjoy staying here again if passing through.

On a golf course so looking forward to view but only viewable from tiny bathroom window. Nice pool we had no use for but breakfast voucher at restaurant was nice before hitting the road again. Sadly our key cards entry to the room failed over and over again and we had to keep getting help with new cards to get into our room often when we closed the door behind us. Exasperating! Shower kept cycling from hot to ice cold at least 12 times for one quick shower attempt. Used the in-room hair dryer and it blew electricity to the whole room and had to call maintenance. Left our stay there with wet hair. Response to problems was always fast though. Just too many to look forward to a repeat stay.

Hotel room was clean but it is dated. Staff was very helpful and I was able to check in early because my room was ready. The television reception was extremely poor which was very frustrating and there was no channel guide. The air conditioning unit made a raddling sound but I was able to sleep through it. This is the best place in town to stay but don't think you will be staying in a 5 star retreat.

Great place to land on a road trip. Quiet, clean, free breakfast at a sit down restaurant with fresh food selections. Pool and fast free wifi. We would totally stay here again. Friendly accommodating staff at hotel and restaurant.

Where to begin!!! The two young ladies at the front desk were amazing great to visit with and showed a real interest in why we were passing through. Gave my husband and I a great room that was so clean and comfortable. We ate dinner at the attached restaurant and the wait staff was over the top friendly, we also ate the free complimentary breakfast the next morning which was off the menu and we couldn't believe it was complimentary. I have to say I loved the green paint that was in the restaurant and would love to paint my home in that color. I would love to know what it is called. This is a great little place and we will stay there again in the future. Thank you, Paradise for a great stay!!!!

This is by far the most enjoyable stay we have had. It looked and felt like the room was freshly painted with modern and comfortable furnishings. The bed was very comfortable! No need to ask for extra pillows. It had a coffee maker and free wifi. The hotel staff was kind and knowledgable both during check in and out with no waiting. The lobby was clean with complimentery coffee available. Our room included a free breakfast from a shortened menu. However, there was a good selection and it was very good. The waitress was curteous and personable. Service was excellent! Didn't wait long for food at all. We will definiteley be back!

Hotel is just off the freeway for easy on and off (I 15) - traveling UT north. Room was large and well equipped. Bathroom very clean. All amenities needed. Complimentary breakfast at next door restaurant - best complimentary breakfast on our trip north - hot, real eggs, etc.

This Best Western Paradise Inn and Resort is an older property but was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There is a restaurant on site so we didn't have to get back in the car to go eat! Breakfast was included and we had a nice choice of eggs, bacon, sausage gravy, pancakes, etc. There was an indoor pool that we didn't use but could see. This property is like many other Best Westerns in the west that have the rooms in a square around the parking lot. It is the kind that can be noisy but our night was great - everyone, including us, went to bed early and it was nice and quiet.

best night at a hotel in ages. Value of price for the room was amazing. So happy we stayed there! I found it on Bringfido website. Really happy. Would stay at a Best western in the future! Was very dog friendly, Quiet hotel with outdoor entry which is very helpful with dogs when you don't have to walk through a lobby.

Traveling the area with services far between we were delighted to find this accommodation. It recently has become part of the Best Western family of motels. Newly redone with furnishings,decorating, painting inside and out. Restaurant on the property where we had dinner and next morning a breakfast included that we ordered from a menu.

Conveniently located near freeway. Neat and tidy room. Have decent restaurant. Hot breakfast is included with the stay. Wifi was okay. Cable tv has some distortions and horizontal lines. There may be problem with the cable signals. If they can fix this problem it will be pleasant.

Came upon this lovely resort/motel while driving from Montana to Arizons, & was very pleasantly surprised by the experience. Restaurant food excellent, staff friendly, room comfortable with amenities not found in many higher priced establishments. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with this hotel. We have a dog and still these are clean well taken care of rooms. The staff is helpful and pleasant. The complimentary breakfast is excellent. The hotel is easily accessible to the interstate. We have stayed there 10 times during the last 5 or so years. We plan to stay there again when we go back to our winter home next year.

Hotel was clean and quiet, even the white tile in the bathroom. Front desk staff was uninformed about the current upgrades and perks being offered at this property. I would recommend this hotel and the restaurant associated with it. Didn't get a chance to play the golf course, maybe next time.

A real quality place. They should give seminars on how to provide services to travelers. The desk was pleasant. The restaurant was a bargain. The service was pleasant and efficient. I wish every night I spent on the road was identical to this night.

Second time we've stayed in this motel. Golf course behind the hotel. Restaurant in parking lot that makes you a cooked to order breakfast with the hotel voucher. Food was great at dinner also! Would stay here every time we are in Fillmore Utah.

This BW was a great place to stay, a reasonable price for the room. The room was simple but overall comfortable. The service was great at both the hotel as well as the service at the restaurant connected to the hotel--the "free breakfast" is a voucher--when we checked in the only gave us two, for the two adults but not our kids--I thought I had listed the kids when registering for the room (2 queen beds) but they showed in their systems that no kids were registered. They made it right, giving me the benefit of the doubt, and our family enjoyed breakfast together! Also, my son left a favorite stuffed animal--we realized that is was likely at the BW the day after we left and were over 300 miles away. We called--it took several hours and a few phone calls but the stuffed animal finally turned up. We would definitely stay at this BW in Fillmore UT.

Check in was fairly quick and was offered a promotion to sign up for to receive a discount ($10 card) to be used on next visit. Desk staff did not offer any other discount on that present visit..never thought of asking if there was a senior's discount. Room was clean, mini fridge in room was not too cold however, bedding/pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was offered at the restaurant. Adequate choices .. bacon/eggs/hashbrowns/toast with coffee however it would have been nice to get 2 slices of toast instead of one. Friendly server 'Jamie" was wonderful.

The second time stopping at this hotel on the way home to Canada. The hotel is located at a convenient location just off the interstate. While the hotel is an older hotel it is well maintained, clean and has comfortable beds. The staff is very friendly. The complementary breakfast is served in the adjacent restaurant and is not your typical complementary hotel breakfast. It is served hot from the kitchen, very tasty. We also ate dinner then on our arrival and it is also a vey good, "home cooked" meal. When you are booking the hotel, and if you get the phone number from the internet, make sure you contact the hotel directly, and not use the third party booking agent. They make it look like you are contacting the hotel and they directly charge your credit card and charge you considerably more than the hotel will.

This is you typical Motel. We assumed it would be better than your normal Motel considering the golf course resturant on sight and being called a resort with amenities. IT NOT, THIS IS A TYPICAL ROAD SIDE MOTEL.

Excellent unexpected stop on our cross country trip! Restaurant breakfast was amazing. We found everything to be in good working order & plenty of parking. Easy to do d off highway. Desk check in was extremely easy and quick. Military friendly.

We made this our overnight on the way to Grand Canyon and found it to be clean, quiet and comfortable. The couple at the front desk were very nice. Wonderful, warm pool and whirlpool tub was worth the trip across the parking lot to enjoy. Stretch your legs and walk the path to town and check out the historical grounds of the old courthouse and first state capitol building in town.

Being snowbirds we try to make this location one of our stays going south and coming back home. Hotel is great, and convenience of a restaurant and gas close by helps a lot. Always a good experience..

Stopped here on way to Salt Lake City. The price was great! It was a great find. The rooms were clean and the bed comfy. The fan worked well and blocked out any sound from the hwy. There is a nice restaurant attached which serves very good regular food which was a nice change from burgers!

Just off Interstate 15 this hotel was a real treat. Great food in the restaurant, wonderful hotel staff and clean renovated rooms. All this at a very fair price. Loads of parking too! Get there early as the rooms appeared to fill up fast. The secret must be out!

An ok hotel, access is motel style which is easy for unpack pack. Golf course is attached to the hotel, looks good. Covered pool and hot tub also looked good but didn't try. Detached restaurant which provides included breakfast. Comfortable firm beds, room recently renovated. Wifi was weak, tv was confusing with limited channels (channel 65.4?). A good affordable stay with many amenities.

Clean. Friendly staff and quiet. Decent breakfast choices that came with the room. Easy access off the freeway. Rooms are modernized and decorated appropriately. There was an extra blanket on the bed too.

Nothing pretentious but probably your best bet in this small town. The property is 1960's old but well cared for. The bed was only a queen so a bit small but it was comfortable enough. The facility was very clean. Breakfast was very well done. Custom cooked full breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

So it is not a new modern hotel, but one of the cleanest I stayed at on a 5 day trip. The check in was easy and the young man was very helpful. Room was very cozy and clean I mention this again because that's the most important thing to me when I travel. The property is very well-kept. Not a bit of trash in the parking lot. For a small town this is a great find!

Great rooms, one of the most comfortable mattress's I have had in a hotel in quite a while!!! They are pet friendly. You get a voucher for a free breakfast to the restaurant that is located on the property. The pool is enclosed and very clean.

Excellent place to stay in the middle of Utah. Great staff, golf course on premises, clean all around and excellent restaurant next to premises. Staff is willing to help in any questions/problems you may have, friendly staff, and by the way the hotel is PET friendly.

The people at the Paradise Inn and Resort were wonderful with a very helpful front desk clerk. Our room was very clean and quite quite. I would suggest that if you have a dog with you to stay on the ground floor as the motel stairways are some type or perforated metal that our dog found quite painful and resulted in us carrying him up and down the stairs.

The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and caring.The restaurant was in a freestanding building. The offerings that were included in the room were full restaurant quality and served directly to you from a menu. Cannot complain about room or service.

Not much to pick from in Fillmore UT, and I've been fairly happy here. It's just a basic interstate hotel, quieter than some. The staff are the friendliest of any place I've ever used, and they try to honor your requests. The rooms are clean but not spotless (finger prints on the desk, etc.). The rooms are what you would expect, with the older BW layout that separates the bedroom from the bathroom & dressing/sink area, and the dressing/sink area form the bathroom, with walls. Heat is via baseboard units, and cooling and fan via a wall unit in the dressing area (and placed too high for many people to read the settings). There is a table with 2 chairs, and a desk with 1. There is some neighbor noise, but the place is generally quiet and the fan unit is about right to drown out the neighbors. Prices are reasonable, well matched to the room & location. The restaurant next door is very good for a roadside place, with limited bar service. Really, my description sounds like "average" but I'm always happy here.

This is a really nice place to stay. Easy to access off the freeway. Has a gas and convenient store right next to it. It has a full service restaurant on the property but has some funny rules with the service.probably state laws on serving beer in the restaurant. They offer a free breakfast for motel customers. We ordered eggs over medium and the whites were runny. the other food was good. The motel itself was great.

The staff there is fantastic and the room very quiet. The restaurant next door serves up the perfect steak and makes a pretty good highball to go with it. I will try to change up my schedule so I can stay there more often!

The hotel was very convenient. It is located right off of I-15. It has a great indoor pool. The kids would love it. If you are a golfer the golf course is within walking distance from the hotel. Fillmore was the first Utah Capitol. You can take a tour of the capitol if you have the time to do it. The Paradise staff are locals and are more than willing to give you information pertaining to spots to visit. You will be pleased with the sit down breakfast that is offered to you. You have a pretty good choice of options. Keep in mind however that they do not open until 6:30 A.M. For a business traveler I would like to be on the road by 6:00 A.M. Over all I would and I will stay here again in the future.

We don't need fancy-schmancy hotel rooms, as long as they are clean and we feel comfortable. This fit the bill, maybe even more. Nicely decorated (though simple), we stayed on the second floor, which afforded nice views of the golf course and fall foliage. We were able to bring our little dog and saw other guests with their dogs, too. Our room smelled and looked upstanding. The sink area (which is separate from the tub/shower & toilet) was impressively roomy. The beds were comfortable and bedding very clean. Television was a nice size, too. Our room rate included a full breakfast served at the restaurant next door. Limited menu, but understandable as you can't expect the restaurant to offer a full menu at such a great price included in your room. There were enough choices everyone in the family found something yummy to order, and it was much better than having a mediocre continental breakfast in some hotel lobby. In a nutshell, if you're expecting the Four Seasons, you'll be disappointed. And if you can't bring yourself to stay at a Motel 6 because it gives you the heeby-jeebies, but you'd like something comparably priced, then you'll be thrilled with this choice. I'm pretty picky when it comes to feeling comfortable and not worrying about a hotel room's cleanliness and this one had me feeling pretty relaxed. I give it an A+. The staff was great to work with, too. P.S. Cluff's Drive-In Diner is just down the road...great place for dinner! And the Lava Tube caves weren't a far drive away--my boys couldn't get enough of exploring them!

We stayed at the Paradise Inn for a week in September. We have a pet and it was allowed. That was a big plus for us. The room was nice and comfortable. parking was right in front of our and that was nice. They have a free breakfast for guests at the restaurant but we found out if there are any paying customers there you have to wait until they are taken care of

When I first checked inbI was impressed with how clean and well kept up this hotel was and how friendly and helpful the staff was. Unfortunately later that night I was exposed to all kinds if toxic fumes which prevented my getting any sleep. The area has a lot of wood burning in addition the exaust from the onsite restaurant also causes air pollution problems. In the morning I was forced to breathe the exaust of disrespectful diesel pickup truck owners who though it was a good idea to back up there trucks right next to the doors of other guests and idle for 20 minutes or more.

I didn't expect the price to be so low. The room was clean, the beds comfy and the pillows were the best. I would stay here again.The breakfast was at the diner next door. The food was fine,not bad for free.

We were very happy with our stay at Best Western Paradise Inn and Resort. On check in Barbara the front desk clerk recommended we change to a golf package so my husband could play golf at a reduced rate. Once we settled into our very pleasant room we went to the golf course, got our golf cart and off we went for a fun 9 holes. It worked out to 10.00 for golf, 8.00 for the cart. Now about the room...there was a comfortable king size bed, a large bathroom with the sink situated outside the bathroom, a flat screen TV,coffee maker an iron and ironing board. The room was clean and the towels were sparkling white. There is plenty of free parking. The swimming pool was in a glass solarium and there is an on site sit down restaurant. A full breakfast was also included in the price. If we were anywhere near Fllmore again we would definitely stay there again.

Best Western Fillmore has been recently remodelled---motel as well as adjoining restaurant. Employees very gracious, room was very clean, and restaurant offered very wide variety of food. Absolute great value!

You think that a hotel that is obviously a little bit older, and smaller, and in an out-of-the-way place, would be kind of dumpy. However Best Western Paradise Inn and resort was the best of all three hotels we've been in this trip. The other two were Marriott in Park City, that review will be under that hotel. And Hampton Inn in Farmington Utah. In this hotel the beds were comfy, they had to play soft toilet paper, they had a makeup remover pad, they had a plastic cap so your hair doesn't get wet in the shower. None of the others had the plastic cap. The plastic cap is a big deal. And it's a cheap thing to add to your bathroom amenities. The beds were comfy just like the other hotels, however the pillow at Best Western was the best I have ever slept on. It was so good, I purchased one. I have been looking for a pillow for 2 to 3 years, and this one did not make my head hurt or my neck or the rest of my body. This was actually the best hotel we've been in. It was clean. The only small drawback, was the shower kept going from hot to warm hot to warm. But it had good water pressure. Btw, the pillow was only $25. The bathroom had a heater light in it it was a huge bathroom area, very pleased.$84 inclg tax

After a long day of driving my wife and I were exhausted, arrived late in evening, greeted by a great staff who made my check-in fast and painless, even offered me fresh baked cookies. Room was big and bed comfortable, bathroom clean, did not use tv, breakfast was in attached restaurant with good food and fast service, also included in room price, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, also located next to beautiful golf course would have been fun if only we golfed .

My wife and I initially booked at this motel since it had a 9 hole golf course adjacent to the facility. We were pleasantly impressed with the recently renovated lobby, restaurant, and room. While still renovating rooms and pool, the staff made the pool available after 6 pm. The complimentary breakfast is actually a la carte. The chef attends each booth to see if more is needed. The stay and play golf course has sufficient length for all handicaps.

Stay here for great service, breakfast is great. Do NOT eat dinner at the restaurant and you will enjoy your visit. They have no idea of what they are serving, Turkey is a poor processed roll turkey that they say is roasted daily, no way.

Interesting town, the first capital of Utah. It has incredibly wide streets, undoubtedly because it was originally platted to eventually be a bigger city. Now a small town. Paradise Inn and Resort is a mid sized motel, just off I-15. Rooms are fine for an overnight or base for local sightseeing. Good bed, firm mattress. The highlight is the breakfast that comes free. This is not the usual make it yourself waffle place. It is a coupon for their restaurant with an extensive menu of made to order offerings. Dinner at this same restaurant was also very good. They have a full liquor license and drinks can be purchased as long as they accompany a meal.

Love this little hotel.. Best restaurant, pool and very clean rooms. The lobby offers coffee, water and fresh cookies. Try-out the swimming pool. It's GREAT!!! The beds are very comfortable and multiple pillows selections firm and soft.

I stay 150+ nights a year in roadside hotels and have been at this one before but it was a long time ago. I will not make the mistake of going there again. The room was out dated and dirty. I was not happy with the bed, it was off-kilter and the pillows were just plain cheap. I ate in the restaurant and was given a really hard time every time I ordered a drink, and was only allowed to do that once I had a meal in front of me, and then only 3! Hey, Its Utah and they have their rules but I don't need to be judged by the wait staff. I gave this place 1 star because they accused me of smoking in the room. The juvenile manager would not discuss the fact that I DONT EVEN SMOKE! They charged me $200 cleaning fee but didn't tell me, I had to find out 5 weeks later when my credit card bill came in. I'm going to dispute the entire charge and let them try to prove I smoked.

This is a motel without an elevator, but has many first floor rooms as it is built in the old mom and pop style. We were able to park directly in front of our room, which made unloading the suit cases much easier. My first impression was not favorable because of the dark carpet, but after getting used to the room, I realized that it was clean and that is the main issue. We had a short walk next door to a restaurant for a breakfast off a menu which was designed for the motel customers.

It is priced appropriately and was clean and comfortable. The room was large enough, and the plumbing worked. The wall air-conditioning unit was very loud, but ear plugs made that tolerable. The included breakfast was very good with very fast and friendly service. We would stay there again.

We checked in this evening with Barbara at the front desk. I asked her to look up our rewards number as I didn't have a reward card with me. I asked her if being a rewards member made the room less expensive compared to AAA. She said the best price was $94 (rounding). After getting to our room I looked up the pricing online and to my frustration the on-line price was $10 LESS!! I went back to the office, showed them their online pricing on my iPad and they adjusted my fee. Having to fight after asking and trusting Barbara for the best price makes one feel almost violated. As I left the lobby I commented that I felt they were deceitful. EVERY OTHER Best Western we have ever stayed at all over the western US we have LOVED them. Perhaps this is just an oddity. Not one that we will repeat. Next time we'll stay at Best Western in Beaver or Nephi.

My wife and I spent the night here so we could get up early and take Highway 50 to Reno, NV. Everything about the hotel was great, I will be staying here again very soon and will hopefully have more time to enjoy the hotel and the area.

Small Hotel located in Utah, but a great place to play golf, relax and enjoy a good night rest. The staff is first class, rooms clean, good food and the atmosphere/environment is awesome. The site is pet friendly and I cannot say anything bad about it. Experience this great little hotel in Utah, you will agree 100% with me.

We always stay at this motel when taking our trip to Canada and Montana. Its very nice and the restraint and pool is very nice also. We recommend this stay to all of our friends and family who are passing through Utah

Good place to stop while traveling I-15 through Utah. Very near the freeway but without the noise and dining is within walking distance. Pricing is very reasonable. Would recommend it for a good night's sleep.

Great place to stay between CA and CO. Grands loved the pool, room was comfortable and breakfast was great, however, the restaurant was out of grapefruit and skim milk and didn't have biscuits and gravy ready at 8:30 am. Very nice grounds next to a pretty golf course.

Good food and recreation makes BW, Fillmore, UT the place to stay. Folks are friendly: you feel right at home. Excellent freeway access makes coming and going from Fillmore very convenient. Why stay in Salt Lake when you may stay in Fillmore (the historic capital of Utah). Thank you

I hadn't stayed at this hotel in about 15 years. It's been completely remodeled (twice during that time) and is really nice when you need a stop on I-15. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Rates very reasonable considering they're in the National Parks corridor. Not only that, if you get there early enough, you get a coupon for a free cheese curds appetizer...one piece of cheesecake. Both $7 values. The price also includes a coupon for a hot, from the menu (limited choices) breakfast in the morning. Personnel were great too.

This motel is an oasis of peace and quiet after a hard day on US50 or I-70. Pass up Ely NV or Salina UT, it is worth the extra miles. Breakfast is in the attached café, that is managed by the super nice local folks who will take the time to chat. The food is Americana, not East or West coast.

We have been pleased with this location when we stayed here previously, so booked a stay on our way up Interstate 15 north. The personnel and the room are consistently good, it is convenient to the highway, yet quiet. They offer a voucher for breakfast at the nearby restaurant which we made use of, however, we did not think the food was as good as in the past. We mentioned it as we checked out, and the clerk said she would notify the manager of our comment. We will probably stay again at this hotel and recommend it to others.

Stayed here on way from Bryce Canyon northward making our way to Salt Lake then Yellowstone. While in the middle of nowhere we appreciated its remoteness and neat little town atmosphere. You need to drive a mile into town but no big deal. The hotel was clean and well kept and the AC worked....all major expectations of our family of 4. The front desk lady was quite friendly and helpful. The restaurant next door was a big disappointment for breakfast so go at your own risk in lieu of the free vouchers which are good for a very limited hotel guest menu. You can see my review of it in TA. However, that had no bearing on my rating. Our kids loved the oil which is enclosed in the parking lot. It was actually quite clean. Oh and the wifi was reliable which helped us catch up on things during our stop off. Overall, a fine option if you need a simple, reliable place to stop off.

We own homes in Jackson, Wyo. and Las Vegas, Nevada, if we get a late start from either this is our in-between spot, it works for us, moderate price, full service, (breakfast) internet, ample parking, clean rooms, nice personal service, stayed at this property a few times a year, it is convenient for us.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Parking is available right outside the room. WiFi worked well. Breakfast was included with the room and is served at the on-site restaurant. There were 5 or 6 breakfast options for hotel guests (egg combo, biscuits and gravy with eggs, etc.). Plenty of choices along with coffee and juice. This hotel was a good value and a good location for us,

Most important, it was clean! Restaurant on site. Nice pool. Next to a golf course. Close to freeway. Friendly staff. Stairwells are narrow. No elevator. Close to two gas stations. Hotel books fast after 7:00 p.m.

I stayed overnight at the Best Western in Fillmore, UT so I could play golf at their adjoining course. The stay & play combo was very enjoyable. The only drawback was no hot water when I showered in the morning. When I reported it, at checkout, they seemed genuinely concerned. The rest of the experience was so good that I ignored the inconvenience.

I have stayed at many hotels with my adult handicap son. Most ADA rooms are very small and only one bed. This hotel/room was large enough for the chair to roll through comfortably and it had 2 beds. The bathroom was fantastic, it had enough bars in the tub and had a very nice bath chair to use. The pool which was indoors had a left to get him into the pool as well. Over all the place was clean, friendly and comfortable.

This was our second stay at the Paradise. This time we were returning from vacation in California, Oregon and Nevada and had not planned a stop in Fillmore. When we found ourselfs in Ely with an extra day, we decided to revisit the Paradise because our first visit was so pleasant. Now we are looking forward to our third visit.

We were stranded on Cove Fort summit with a broken-down moving truck so being towed back to Fillmore UT and staying at Paradise Inn and Resort turned out to be a blessing. Staff was very helpful to make a bad situation almost pleasant. The restaurant was very good with reasonable prices. The area was nice too with a golf course next door and abundant bird-life. Can see why it is called Paradise Inn and Resort.

We had a perfect experience at the Best Western. The room was so clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. This was the best place we have stayed in a long time. Thank you for such a great stay.

Very kind and helpful employees. Clean and pleasant room. I suggested that of the 4-5 pillows, a couple of them could have been a little softer to offer a choice. Close to a gas station, restaurant and convenient store.

Hotel was very clean and quiet, I didn't get to use the pool but it was clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable and clean. The on-site restaurant was clean and everyone greeted me with a smile, service was great.

The motel was adequate, clean and fairly comfortable. The restaurant on the other hand was downright poor. They have a sign in the entry stating "The hostess will seat you - please wait to be seated." I went in for dinner and it took almost 5 minutes to get seated, despite the fact that I was the only one waiting and there couldn't have been more than 15 people in the whole place. Never did see a hostess. Despite the lackluster dinner, I decided to try it again before hitting the road. After another 5 minute wait, again being the only one there and with a total of 6 people in the place, and after 3 staff looked right at me and went on shooting the breeze with each other, I just walked out. If you're dead tired and have to stop to stay safe, the hotel is adequate. If you want a decent place to spend the night with an on site restaurant, keep driving.

No hot water for shower in late afternoon when we checked in and no hot water in morning. TV had major interference and Joe who promised to move us to another room forgot until I called him about 1.5 hours later! Electricity went out in room later in evening! Probably caused by short or TV interference. Decent looking property and nice breakfast but terrible experience overall! And we went out of our way to stay here instead of staying on US route 50. We should have gone to Delta, UT right on our route instead!

What a Perfect-Perfect place to spend time in Dillon, Co. Just imagine: Lake side & mountain view of many ranges including snow on several peaks & a balcony overlooking the lake/mountains & close to good restaurants & walking/biking trails around the lake and up into the mountains next to the motel. Tip: check out the Lake Dillon Theatre Co for great local plays & check out Breckenridge(20 miles) and Country Boy Gold Mine & Georgetown Loop Railroad(20 Miles).

Room was roomy, clean and our stay was trouble-free. Pretty quiet location, not much traffic noise. The best part was the complimentary breakfast at the restaurant next door! Yummy and nice atmosphere! Thanks!

Came in late, overcharged based on bw rates, no microwave, coffeemaker did not work, toilet barely flushed, sink slow to drain, very poor tv channel selection, restaurant staff very slow and unfriendly, very dirty grounds, air quality very poor inside and out. Will look for alternative next time I'm in fillmore.

I reserved a handicap accessible room weeks before arrival (using BW site--I am a rewards member). Upon arrival the desk told me they. had a problem and the side of the hotel the reserved room was on was inaccessible due to paving and due to poor drainage. Paradise Inn could offer me no equivalent room. After an hour on the phone with BW, I drove to Lehi Utah (100 miles). The inn had my phone & email, but let me attempt to check-in before giving me the bad news! INEXCUSABLE

Spent one night here, breaking the trip from SLC to St George. Large room, quiet and nice people. Restaurant located next door to the hotel. Easy drive up the hills to nearby parks with great views of the area

Smelly parking lot, broken hot tub, broken pool, leaky bathroom, water temperature fluctuated wildly while in the shower, No king bed like we reserved, and no place to park. Couldn't wait to check out. Liked the golf course next door, though.

The Best Western Paradise Inn has been a reliable stopover for several years on our trips through Utah and Arizona. The location is convenient to the freeway, and the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. As a bonus, rooms come with a full breakfast at the on-site restaurant. Although menu choices are limited (especially for those on a gluten-free diet), our server made sure we had what we needed and accommodated our special requests. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the grounds are beautifully cared for - kudos to the groundskeeping staff. Especially in spring when everything is green, the mountain view to the east is beautiful. We always have an enjoyable stay here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends and family traveling through the area.

I stayed with my kids, sort of by accident, as we were traveling late at night and got a flat tire. The kind couple gave my kids cookies, got us a rollaway and were very comforting and sweet. We didn't wait long for a rollaway like a typical hotel. I usually only stay at very high end hotels and my kids were a bit worried, but the room was very clean and was a comfortable place to stay.

Spacious room offered at discount when parking lot maintenance prevented stay in original booking. Employees courteous, checked to make sure we were satisfied with alternative room. Clean room, beds comfortable, front door access on first floor. Hot breakfast very good, choices from cereal and fruit to eggs and pancakes. Indoor pool closed for maintenance.

Would recommend to anyone in that direction. Very helpful staff, clean, easy to freeway, very nice restaurant. Golf course close by, pool to use, snacks in the lobby, willingness of employees to please and very helpful. Had good information

the room was comfortable & they allowed pets. Our cat travels with us & sometimes we have a problem finding a place that will allow her. we were on a trip to Oregon from Arizona & back. we stayed in 10 different motels on this trip

Staff was friendly and effecient. Got us right in even though it was late night. Would stay here again. Very nice accomodations. It was great to be off the main interstate far enough that it was quiet all night long.

I was very impressed with the front desk service. They were very professional and helpful in arranging two adjoining rooms. At check-in, they added rounds of golf to our room , which made golfing on their course very affordable. The free breakfast was great, plenty of food, served quick. This great service lasted right through check-out. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

The room was very clean the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. A great place to stay and I defiantly will the next time I'm passing through. It was much better than we expected.

We were on motorcycles and traveling as far as we could in a day. After 450 miles, we found this hotel. and check-in was fast/friendly. There were only two issues, the fridge in neither room was very cold. In fact our ice chest was colder. We did not discover this till late and worked around it. In the morning, one room had good hot water while the other had luke warm water.

The rooms were very roomy and the beds were comfortable. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was delivered quickly and was very tasty. The breakfast was ordered from a special menu and cooked fresh. Again, the service was quick & efficient. This was a welcoming place to stay on a long journey. We would definitely recommend it to others and return.

Our stay was comfortable. the rooms were clean and breakfast had a good variety. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions to our next destination. The bed was comfortable. Making sure this has 200 characters is annoying.

Perhaps I should not be comparing two Best Western establishments BUT we stayed back to back at the BW in Fillmore and the BW PLUS in Bryce Canyon. Very, very different in style, class and amenities. The BW Paradise Inn/Resort in Fillmore while neat and clean was extraordinarily plain in decor and amenities. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated but very limited in scope. Bryce Canyon on the other hand was a FIVE star establishment with new and larger rooms, beautiful decor and a staff that bent over backwards to be of assistance. The breakfast at the Bryce Best Western was to die for....a complete buffet with a wide array of choices [eggs/bacon/sausage/grits/ waffles/bagels/yogurt/granola/etc etc. Even the coffee was top shelf. So this sounds like a review of Bryce but it is merely a comparison showing what the BW Paradise Inn/Resort was lacking. I understand that Fillmore does not attract the tourists as Bryce does, so I would cut them some slack. That said, the best I can offer is that it's an okay place to put your head down for the night.

We stayed here on our way back to Canada. It is in the middle of nowhere and very quiet! The rooms are large and nicely decorated. They accept pets which is wonderful! There is a restaurant on site along with a gas station and convenience store. Nice place!
