You are right on the water so plenty of things walkable. Room itself fine, on the older side but clean. They have a nice kurig in the room. Highlight was breakfast one of the better. A latte machine, omelettes and fresh fruit plus the standard fare.

The room was clean and big, breakfast was ok, very basic. TV service not good. The location is excellant and easy to walk to all parts of Dunedin. Pool clean, but heater was not working part of the week.

The hotel has been renovated. The pool area has also recently been renovated. The pool was heated to 86 degrees. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very large. They have daily maid service. The hot breakfast was excellent. The location to town was awesome. We walked to everything. There is a nice little pier in the back of the hotel. Saw lots of Pelicans. Saw dolphins off the balcony. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We were in town for a friends wedding. Location is great. Loved walking around town and visiting the market and area restaurants. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. Candy at breakfast was the most pleasant.

Wonderful water views, super comfortable beds -immaculately clean. Awesome location walking distance to many galleries, restaurants and breweries. A park with playground and marina is across the street, great place to stay!

The hotel was just steps from adorable downtown Dunedin, lots of great restaurants and bars, unique and specialty shops. I loved how you walk out the back of your room to the water or are able to walk to water from the parking lot to the marina.

Great location and welcoming staff. Room was spacious and we had a sweet balcony. Location to town center was fabulous. Tiki type bar and more upscale restaurant on site. We ate at the tiki bar - delish fish tacos and rum drink.

Over all the hotel is. disappointment. It is EXTREMELY dated.Furniture is a miss match. Bathroom is extremely dated. Old flimsy bathroom towels. Ground floor faces parking lot. The rooms do not have blackout curtains only shutters so the rooms are lit up like a Christmas tree all night. The tile floored are original tiles which are dated adding they are cold & hard to walk on. There are no blankets in the room. When we asked for a blanket at the front desk my husband was given a flimsy cotton bedspread. The Heated pool & hot tub are not working. As stated in other reviews “it's being worked on” Needless to say I'm heading down the road on my next visit to the area.

Location is perfect for a relaxing weekend near Clearwater and beautiful Dunedin. Great location for attending concerts at Coachman Park. Many restaurants and bars walking distance. The rooms are huge, and very comfortables.

The rooms are barely upgraded. You could see dents where other people had slept in the beds. The breakfast might have been good if we hadn't of found clumps of hair in the bacon. The pool was dirty, and the pool lounger broke as someone in my party tried to sit in it. The hot water heater was out… the only thing this has going for it is the location. The location is nice but you won't see it from your balcony because the balcony overlooks the parking lot.

Ideal spot for a stay in Dunedin. Great hotel with a certain charm. The staff make the hotel - they are fantastic - always willing to help and extremely friendly and courteous. Great pool and breakfast area

The view is to die for. We saw dolphins jumping from our balcony area. The room sizes are great. BUT…After a long day of us being Busch Gardens we came back to a completely unclean room. We put the sign on the door to clean our room before we left to comeback to NO towels, NO toilet paper, untidy bed and to make it worse we slept in a room with air conditioning unit that was so loud that it sounded like we were sleeping next to a diesel engine!

This could be a nice place if is was updated and cleaned up. Also the front desk staff were not knowledgeable and very disorganized with the exception of Michelle. She helped us get a better room that had a working fridge and the ac was cold. She also knew A LOT about the area and places to see. Other than that, there where hairs on our towels and bedding. The hot tub was out of order, the pool wasn't bad but didn't seem like there was any chorine in it and it had a slight film.

ONE of the best rooms we've ever stayed in over 50 years of travel - huge 2 BR - lr - kitchen and 2 baths - worked perfect for our family right on the harbor side of town - great price and loved the pool. Breakfast was very good and ample and staff made sure it was clean - entire time we were there. Fresh fruit and good choices everyday.

A hidden gem in Dunedin! Clean, convenient to everything. Amazing breakfast! My little Maltese had a great time too! This was my second time staying at this location. I will definitely be coming back soon!

Absolutely the best hotel!!! We've stayed at many luxury hotels and this was just the best experience…price, comfort, cleanliness, breakfast, service…was top notch…will definitely stay her again and again!!

The location of this hotel is nice. Our room was cool and clean, sure appreciate that during the hot weather. The breakfast area and choices of items to eat, was really nice. I found all of staff to be friendly and very helpful. We were disappointed that we couldn't get our plantain shutters to stay open. Also, the room was so bright at night due to the big, long window over the closet. (Outside light shining through all night.) It would be a nice touch if a curtain or shade could be closed at night over this window. As for the parking, it was somewhat of a pain. People parking there that were obviously not quests of the hotel. Cars lining up for a parking spot to come open behind already parked cars, made it hard to back out of your spot. Knowing we may lose our spot, even though we were paying hotel guests turned us off to going anywhere. 1. We didn't want to have to drive around looking for a parking spot once we came back to our room. 2. It would be nice if the parking spots were numbered outside of the rooms on the first floor. I have Mobility issues that's why I requested a bottom floor with parking right in front of the room. This way, I'm not in anyone's way while it takes me a little longer to load and unload my car. Very disappointing that some parking spots that belonged to the hotel had cones blocking them so the restaurant quest could park there. What about the Hotel quests? All in all, we enjoyed our stay but not sure we will come back. For ONE reason only PARKING. Knowing if you leave the hotel for the day, you may not have a place to park when you get back.

Dunedin is fantastic place to stay, we stayed at the best western overlooking the marina and very adjacent to everything. We would highly recommend staying here if you are in this beautiful part of Florida.

The rooms are large, clean, and the bed was comfortable! The AC was also excellent. An important feature in the Florida heat!! The location of the hotel couldn't be better. You are within walking distance of shops and restaurants! The restaurant onsite is EXCELLENT!!

views are amazing - location is ideal - rooms were well appointed - property was lovely - pool was excellent - staff was friendly and attentive - management was the absolute worst. Family vacation for milestone birthday - multiple rooms - multiple dates - different arrivals and departures - the manager just could not get it together. I spent hours trying to get the bookings correct; sent spreadsheets with dates & times and any needs. Incredibly frustrating situation. With that said - everything else about the trip was wonderful.

Stay away! Misrepresentation of rooms both by their personnel on the phone and the pictures and descriptions on their website. Really rude, unprofessional manager who wants to solve problems by screaming at customers in the lobby. We booked a three night stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Before booking I called the hotel and spoke to their representative to clarify what the various balcony rooms were like since the website descriptions seemed to overlap and were confusing. We were particularly interested in a nice water view from our balcony and I told the employee that. The man I spoke with said all the balcony rooms had a nice view of the harbor. I asked him if he would take our reservation on the phone but he said, since I already had the website up, it would be best to book online. I went ahead and booked their best room, a King Suite with Balcony. I added a request to the reservation for a nice view in a quiet area away from the elevators and high traffic areas. We are senior citizens and go to bed early. When we checked in online the day before our trip, I reiterated this request for a nice balcony view in a room away from elevators. We arrived at the hotel an hour before check-in time and were quite taken back when we were told the room was ready but we would have to pay an extra $15 to check in early. We have traveled all over the country and around the world from the Americas to Europe to Asia and have never had a hotel try to charge us to check in early if the room was ready. This was a small amount - only $15 - but the idea that the hotel would do this left us with a bad feeling. Not an auspicious start. We agreed to the extra $15 because we were tired from a long drive, but when we arrived at our room we found we had absolutely no view of the harbor and the room was located right next to the elevator. Our balcony looked out over the parking lot and there was no water in sight. We explained to the front desk person that this was totally unacceptable and not at all what we were told about the room, that we would not pay $600 for a three night stay in this room. We were shown the "only other available room", which was a tiny, non-suite crammed with two queen beds and no place to sit and a view from the balcony that overlooked the parking lot. We noted on our walk to the second room that the entire hotel faces the parking lot and the views shown online of a shoreline and harbor are at the back of the hotel along the rear of some rooms. There is a back walkway there to rooms but no place to sit and enjoy the view. If you book a balcony room here your balcony will be adjacent to the parking lot. Who wants to sit on a balcony and looked at parked cars? Check out the aerial view of the hotel on their website. Finally, the manager was called and she was extremely rude, no customer service attitude whatsoever. Her only response was this is what we have; this is where our King Suites are located. We said this was totally unacceptable and we would not stay. We demanded a refund. After some time looking at our reservation online, the manager told us she couldn't issue a refund because we had booked with a third party website. We told her, No, we had booked with their website. We were informed that their hotel website was a Best Western website and was a third party. We continued to insist on a refund and she left us sitting in the lobby for an hour while she went to the back and talked with someone on the phone. When she finally returned, she gave us a post-it note with a handwritten cancellation number and an 800 number to call if there were any issues. We insisted on a printed receipt showing we did not owe anything. She would not do this and ended up screaming at us in the lobby to get out, with other patrons present. We reported this manager to Best Western. Two days later we did receive an emailed receipt from Best Western. So, this was our experience at this hotel for our wedding anniversary. I don't see why people give it or its management good reviews. It is not located where any rooms are facing the water, as advertised. Rooms are tiny and it is poorly run by very unprofessional management. Happy anniversary. Never again.

We stay at this location often. We visit family in the area, and enjoy the area businesses and restaurants. The local shops are amazing also. We always come home with some additional items. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. We look forward to our next stay.

We had a great two nights at The BW Yacht Harbor Inn. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel was in a great location. Walking Distance to downtown Dunedin and the Pinellas Trail.

The staff was friendly and helpful, (especially Paula). The breakfast was fresh, abundant, and included a variety. Price was not unreasonable. Rooms were older but updated. Recommend the Bay side 2nd floor. Would stay again.

Beautiful location in the heart of Dunedin. It's an easy walk to many shops and restaurants. The two restaurants adjacent to the property were wonderful. The only negative was the strength of the room air freshener.

Very nice property with a great location. Right on the "bay" with a marina next door and a short pier if you want to fish or just enjoy the view. The bed was also comfortable. Breakfast was good and coffee is 24/7. Parking is also easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are large and comfortable. Tile floors so no nasty carpeting. Clean and spacious. I highly recommend. Very pretty view out the large windows. Real nice breakfast offerings. A coffee machine that gives you a large selection of specialties. Cappuccino, latte, reg coffee, teas and more. Food was very tasty they had eggs, potatoes and meat selection along with normal offerings found at most places.

Our stay was mostly fine, except we were told upon check in that the parking lot would be blocked off with cones, to accommodate Bon Appetit restaurant valet parking in the evening. I'm assuming Friday/Saturday evening. So it makes you uneasy to drive anywhere, not knowing if you will find a space when you get back. So we just walked around locally. Kind of puts a damper on things. We were also advised there would be a temporary charge of $100 added for incidentals/ and for damages. We have checked out now 2 days ago, left a perfect tidy room, and there is a pending charge for $289. There is no $100 pending charge on my credit card statement, just 3x that. Disturbing. Regardless if it's pending, this was not discussed with us ever.

Great New Year get away! Everything excellent. Short cleaning staff like all hotels since Covid. For the full price charged I expect full service but we will all no doubt have to wait until this labor shortage is over.

Our regular " Go to " place when visiting Pinellas County. We have family in the area and find staying at this B W is the perfect place. Located right at the marina gives guests a great view of the Bay, the boats, and the walk-about town of Dunedin.

Stayed at Yacht Harbor in the past and loved it! Property is in need of many repairs and updates. Location is perfect. Plantation blinds were broken in several areas, bedding should be replaced. Room is really in need of updating

This was mine and my girlfriends first time here. Check-in with Paula was quick. When my partner and I entered the room, we were impressed with the cleanliness, and we loved the brightness of the room, from the color of our walls to the huge windows that faced the marina, to our surprise we open our backdoor and we were just a few steps from the water. We were joined by a dolphin feeding off the seawall the entire first day we were there and enjoyed drinks by the water later that night. Housekeeping was excellent, and we appreciated the extra cups. Surprisingly quiet being it was Thanksgiving weekend. Lots of restaurants nearby and things to do. Right on the water, with a park just around the corner. Thank you for a wonderful room and adding onto the magic of our engagement weekend. We will be back again!

loved it we were there at tree lighting and christmas boat parade. really don well looking forward to our next visit....Dunedin is a special place to visit. the weather was excellent ofr December . lots of good retaurants

The room is pretty small. The bathroom is really small. Me and my husband are pretty fit people and we found it to be quite tight. If you are a bigger person, you might find everything a tad too small. I was literally hugging the wall in the shower and when I sat on the toilet! The beds are comfortable, they give you a good selection of pillows. The view is amazing of the bay. You can just stand out there and stare out at the sea. It feels like you're on a cruise ship balcony. The front of the hotel, you have the view of the marina, which is nice too. The room was relatively quiet. Most of the staff was really friendly and warm except for one lady, she was an older redhead she was stoic and cold. They have bike rentals too. Breakfast was mediocre, what you could expect at most hotels these days, scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes. Their espresso machine was broken, so we didn't even get a decent latte. Can't beat the location though! It's smack dab in the middle of everything so it's easy to get to Clearwater, and it's close to many shops, restaurants etc. We would probably stay here again if we were in Dunedin.

We love to stay here with our Pup. The staff is awesome and the rooms are always clean. The restaurant thatbis attached also allows our dog to join us for dinner. Everything about this Best Western is perfect.

This place was like a throw-back to a 1950's motel and so uncomfortable! Where to start....there are 2 doors into the room, both from outside (one goes to the parking lot, the other to a walkway that runs along the waterway). Doors were both loose with a little lock and an old chain. Room was very small - just big enough for 2 queen beds and a night stand. The bathroom was ridiculously small...just enough for one person (barely), with old worn tub/shower, toilet so close to the wall that there was barely room to sit. Beds were hard, pillows tiny and overly filled. "Free" breakfast was awful - cold! This place isn't worth a quarter of what they charge.

Spent three nights here. In my stupid head. I reserved for the wrong nights and was off by one day. The extremely helpful front desk receptionist worked very hard to clear things up. The net result was she found a room that I would not have to change and to my benefit, it was an upgraded room. Since I made the reservation though a Third Party web site, she could do nothing to relieve me of the fourth night charges. I handled that myself with an email to the booking site. I cannot express my gratitude to her (wish I could remember the name) enough for taking such good care of me. The room was spacious, hospital clean, quiet and comfortable. Good bed, good working and quiet climate control. As others have said, the hotel is an easy walk to downtown Dunedin. The spectacular outdoor bar gave a "Last Call" at 9 p.m. I for one was not quite ready to leave. I guess the bartender had school the next day. This is a great hotel, even at book price although a discount is easy to come by. I would recommend it to anyone, any time.

we have stayed here a few times. The stay was good and the location is great. The breakfast was pretty good. The outside bar is a great location and enjoyable but drink quality is not as good as it used to be. Pubic hairs in the shower from the previous guest was gross and one of the beds in the rooms had terrible dingy sheets/pillow cases.

This was a great hotel in a great location. Easy walk to shops bars and restaurants close by. Little drive to the beach but well worth it. I think the beach is about 4 miles. It was a clean hotel and the staff were very friendly. We had a King Suite which is great when having kids. The rooms were very big and it came with a whirlpool in the master room. The only downside was the toilet in the room with no door but other than that it was perfect.

This was our family's first experience In Dunedin. Our hotel stay at the best western plus yacht harbor was phenomenal. The staff was so warm and friendly and the view was breath taking and the atmosphere was amazing. The whole experience superb.

I was traveling alone & this hotel was perfect. Large room, refrigerator, microwave, internet & quiet time. I had several Zoom meetings & the desk chair & desk were perfect! The guest staff was very helpful & professional.

The curtains failed to cover the windows. My room was light up all night. My room was bayside, but my view was of the parking lot. The room was not close to being worth the price. I would not stay here again.

Excellent location with beautiful views of the water. A quick walk to all downtown Dunedin has to offer and the real reason I am writing this review is their "free breakfast" had real BACON! Best included breakfast from all our many hotel stays.

Hotel advertised bay view, No view, Manager told us we could take chairs out on a very narrow walkway which customers use to access the rooms to view the bay. Room had many small critters, either sugar ants of mites. Elevator was out of order creating difficulty for my sweetheart who is struggling with sciatica. Our room had windows across the entire top of the wall with no curtains so outside light shone in all night long. The walls apparently don't have much insulation causing the air conditioner to cycle on and off every few minutes. We asked to check out a day early and had difficulty dealing with the management. After several phone calls we thankfully were allowed a refund on the last night,

I love the location of the hotel. We rode the bicycles, which is always nice to do. I love the back deck, and the front porch areas. Having a restaurant on the property & next door very convenient. The views from the hotel we're great I can't wait to come back . ♥️

Our " go to " place for a get - -away. We come regularly from our home in Crystal River, to enjoy Dunedin and surroundings. Easy walking distance to downtown, our kids homes, beach, marina, restaurants.

If you've booked a fishing charter with one of the captains who sails from the Dunedin Marina, this hotel is THE place to stay: they start serving breakfast at 6:00, most charters start at 6:30, and you can WALK TO THE BOAT. It's literally on the other side of the parking lot. This hotel was recommended to us by Capt. Eric with Daisy Mae Charters, and it did not disappoint. If we fish out of Dunedin again, we are definitely staying here! Lots of other things within walking distance too: downtown Dunedin is full of quaint shops and great restaurants -- particularly Olde Bay Cafe right next to the marina, and Ice&Cream Creamery a short distance east.

The hot tub was out of service for my entire week stay, internet was slow so I used my mobile hot spot, the refrigerator barely got cold and found a couple huge bugs in the room. Will definitely not be returning.

This was the best, Best Western we've ever stayed in and if we are ever in the area again, this is the hotel we will book!! All the staff were exceptional! Rooms are lovely (but bring a mask to cover your eyes at night as there are no curtains). The view is Unbeatable. The restaurant looked very nice, but we did not eat there. The city wharf next to the property hosts many different cruises, from deep sea fishing to sunset cruises. The pool was great and the breakfast was better than most hotels!!

Clean room, friendly staff, great location where you can walk to town/shops/restaurants. I had asked for late checkout, but best they could do was 11:30 am due to holiday weekend. The only issue was the decaf coffee machine wasn't working.

Was looking for something relaxing and resort like. Room was larger than expected, clean and fresh. Advertised as bayside but balcony was parking lot then marina. Restaurant was quite lovely as well as the views.

We loved this hotel. Clean rooms and pool. The staff was exceptional. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Breakfast was hot each morning, and those working the breakfast room were very helpful.

The pool the ocean and the distance to all shops were accommodating. The breakfast was there and could use minor upgrades but overall exceptional. The staff were always accommodating. The pool area could use some shaded areas for children and small gatherers.

Loved the staff, you have to doors entrance depending on your room could be balcony above or patio off parking lot to back door that opens to beautiful view of the bay, I think I would like to try Pool side. I was on first floor Marina side but I didn't mind it. So Easy to walk to dining and shopping

Beware! No maid service in your room and they will not give a discount! They call this a non-smoking hotel- their own workers were continually smoking by my stairwell. The ice machine was “broken” for five days. - it is a one star motel charging 3-4 star pricing. The one and only thing I appreciated was the size of the room and the location of the hotel.

Room not ready at check in and then hot/cold water not working. Had to take a very fast cold shower or scald yourself because there was not mix. All hot or all cold. Very frustrating to spend that much money and not have it in good working order. Also some parts of the plumbing and the wood work are looking old and in need of updates.

Surprised by how good this stay was. Comfortable beds, super clean, great breakfast and friendly staff. Loved the location. Exterior lights are quite bright into the room at night. Still a bit pricey but a great choice.

"Harbor view" is a little misleading. Yes, there is a harbor view, but there is a parking lot between you and the harbor. The only water view is from the side of the hotel where you enter the room, but once inside and the door is closed, there is no view on that side of the hotel...(no windows on the east facing side of the room.) Very sad, cuz its a great view. (One would have to blame the architects on that one) Lodging is very limited in Dunedin, so you're pretty much stuck with what you get. The "hot" breakfast was cold. Not slightly cool, but COLD. Rubbery, pre-made "omellettes" with coagulated cheese, bacon SWIMMING in grease and hash brown potato cakes that were cold and soggy. I hate to waste food, but sadly, I threw most of my breakfast away. For over $300 a night, i would expect a breakfast buffet to brag about. Im kinda focusing on the breakfast here because its a focal point in their advertising. As far as the value of the stay, I would think they could easily offer something like drink or food vouchers to some of the local joints, or maybe even some vouchers for some of the activities, such as the harbor sunset cruise, or snorkeling trips, to offset the sting of paying a premium for a very mediocre hotel. Room was clean for the most part, property is nice and kept. I didnt see the pool or lounge area, not even sure if they had one to be honest. I didnt deal w too many of the staff, but of those I did deal with, they were nice. Overall, my one night stay wasnt the worse I have had, but it wasnt the best either, by far. I think the place is a little overpriced for what you get.

The marina view isn't exactly what you think, you're looking at a parking lot then to a marina. Transom windows don't have coverings. Garbage is picked up at 6:50am-7:20am so close your door to the balcony.

Great location on the water with great amenities, service and a 20 minute walk to the ball park. Great restaurant on site. Dunedin is a beautiful small town atmosphere. The staff were very professional and caring, right from checking to checkout.

This hotel has a great location. For the $400-500 per night fee, I expected it to be updated as it looked on the website. Not so. Very dated, no windows that open, poor lighting and just old. The staff is nice and helpful.

This stay was wonderful! The large room size was nice. It is a fabulous location with a wonderful view of the Harbor from the balcony. Walking distance to the many shops & restaurants in the downtown area. A fantastic breakfast is included & the staff were so kind & helpful! Definitely recommended & will return again!

Never again will I stay at this or any other Best Western. Ever. Breakfast is a joke! Do not bother hanging out the "Do not disturb" placard because someone just decided to open up my room without even a courtesy knock! I don't even truly know if it was the cleaning staff! The money I paid does not reflect the service. Terrible!

Awful breakfast and sorely outdated property. Beds actually have loud springs that squeak with any slight movement. We all had aches and pains after 2 nights. Building is old and run down. Breakfast consisted of stale cereal, gloop for oatmeal, curdled yogurt. Hard boiled eggs were gross. There was a hot buffet we didn't touch. We paid more than $400 a night for this.

This motel had 2 views. One of the Marina and one of the Gulf. Could basically walk everywhere in town and had a great variety of shops and restaurants. Would definitely come back. Breakfast was really good too with plenty of variety for all.

Pros: Gorgeous waterfront location within steps of vibrant downtown area, clean and comfortable guest rooms, nice pool area, friendly staff, quirky older property. Cons: Some minor noise problems require being proactive, some maintenance missteps, can get expensive, quirky older property. One of the things I like about Best Western is the brand's assortment of unique properties- I've discovered quite a few throughout the years I absolutely love, and this is another that's almost there, with only minor concerns separating it from greatness. As is the case with real estate, it's all about location: Situated both on the water and within walking distance of Dunedin's wonderful downtown area, this one offers the best of everything. Being able to park without having to find a space is almost worth the price of the room. That said, the property knows it has this advantage and, depending on the time of year, prices itself accordingly. My guest room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for end-of-day relaxation and sleeping, although it took some work to get where I needed to be. The unit I initially booked had a door to an adjoining room and an hour after checking in, was annoyed by the screaming of children (and parents screaming back). Knowing this would be an issue (as is usually the case with rooms with doors to adjoining rooms) I went to the front desk and asked to be moved. Getting a room without a thin door to another meant having to upgrade, which I was not too happy about, but ultimately deemed worth the investment (this is one of those situations where being a BW Rewards Diamond member probably should get me a free upgrade, but I didn't force the issue). I enjoyed two nights in my upgraded room, even though the bathroom had an odd layout and was way too dark. Like the rest of the property, it walked the fine line between being quirky and too quirky. I accepted most of the concessions to the property's age, although some of the patio pavers outside my room having been lazily replaced with an ugly concrete patch didn't sit well with me- it bothered me every time I passed over it to walk to the pool conveniently located mere steps from my room. Throughout my stay I was thoroughly impressed with the friendliness and competence of the staff. Combined with the pleasant room and outstanding location, I booked the property for an upcoming stay- this time knowing what kind of unit to book so as to avoid the noise made possible by doors to adjoining rooms.

Pros: walking distance to shops, trails, restaurants. Dolphins off the back side, great breakfast. Cons: the hotel lights in the upper rooms kept us up ALL night! Price is just way too high. The bathroom layout was strange.

Great location in Dunedin Florida. We saw dolphins out the back deck every morning. Very short walk to great downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants. Nice pool area. Nice heated pool. Pretty view of the Marina across the parking lot.

The location cannot be beat! The marina is lovely and the whole area is charming. We walked everywhere. There are many restaurants and breweries within walking distance. There is a park across the street and a fishing pier too.

This is the 2nd time this year we've stayed at this property and it doesn't disappoint. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION..... Walking distance to EVERYTHING. The pool is nice, the staff is awesome. Overall, great value!!!

Wonderful location--walking distance to a lot of things. Borders marina where you can take short cruises. Did not use restaurant, but our guess is it was a good one! Nice view of bay. Suggest you get a bayview room as opposed to a marina view room--as our understanding is some of the marina is blocked from seeing it, We had a 2nd floor room with nice view of bay. Older hotel but nicely kept.

I love staying here. The location is prime to allow you to walk for any dining and shopping needs. The beds in this hotel are probably some of the most comfortable I have ever experienced in a hotel. Multiple ding choices, craft breweries and ice cream stores (LOL) in the area.

The location was the perfect spot for nature watching. Benches are outside rooms. Lots of various waterfall, dolphins, and manatees and the heated pool was a warm welcome during a winter getaway. Close to restaurants and lots of shops.

After a fast check-in, I was greeted by dolphins swimming along the seawall outside of my room. The view of the bay is amazing and access to the pier and marina was a huge plus. Staff, from the housekeepers to the front desk to the breakfast room was exceptional. Good value and nice people in Dunedin, one of Florida's jewels. I'd do it again tomorrow.

Only about 90 minutes north of Venice, we discovered our newest get - away! The location of the Best Western Plus in built on a seawall which extends into the bay on one side and the Marina on the other. The shopping and plentiful restaurants are just a walking distance away! Dunedin reminded me of Savanna with beautiful mature trees and quaint houses. Awesome breakfast bar and very clean rooms!

Older hotel maintained ok. Rooms too big and sparsely furnished making them feel uninviting. Beds super uncomfortable, many of the shutters broken and decorated horribly. Front desk personal not really friendly but the wait staff at restaurant and breakfast were exceptional.

This hotel has great service and cleanliness love the view at night, walking distance to restaurants and bars. Breakfast food was great and service was incredible. pool was clean and lit at night. Overall would love to stay againg.

Our 2 Queen bed Suite (265) was above the lobby with a view of the bay and marina from private screened porch. There are many excellent restaurants, shops and bars within a few blocks, but we did spend a lot of time here on the pier and had lunch at Bon Appetit and dinner at Olde Bay Cafe. Everything was clean, everyone was nice and helpful. Room has vaulted ceiling and spacious retro bathroom. High quality soft sheets, pillows and towels. One story elevator and ice machine nearby and open stairways and walkways to free parking lot. Gorgeous pool and hot tub

One of the best hotels we have stayed at in a while. Very good full, hot breakfast. Extremely friendly staff that were helpful and always had a smile. A great location. We hope to visit again soon and would recommend to family and friends.

Lovely older hotel that has been so well taken care of that you realize how nice it is to go old school. On our arrival we were greeted by Kathy who was so professional and friendly and gave us some wonderful recommendations. Already planning our next stay to Dunedin.

Pros Fabulous location right on the water. Beautiful view of the gulf and sunsets. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the harbor. Older but pleasant enough rooms. Room was very large, which was great since one of our group of three uses a wheelchair. The room does NOT have a roll in shower, just a tub, and I don't really recall any grab bars in the tub. The parking lot needs more accessible parking spaces and more curb cuts. But overall, a good experience if you can do without the roll in shower.

We could not have asked for a better location. The room was spacious and the AC quiet and worked well. The staff were very friendly and made sure everything was just right. In addition to the great amenities, we were able to walk a short distance to enjoy the local shops and restaurants. It was the best of stays!

We always choose this Inn for multiple reasons...Price, location, great staff, and the waterfront bar/restaurant. One can walk to the quaint town of Dunedin. I lived in the area for over 20 years, and when I return to visit family in Clearwater, this is where we stay. Also allows pets - which we brought once - and you can walk them in the park across the street OR take a walk down beautiful Victoria street, right next to the Inn.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Amazing views, clean rooms and common spaces, friendly staff and the room was huge! Breakfast was great, clean and well stocked. Will definitely be staying here again.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating! We had a conversation with every staff person we met. We would definitely stay here again. The room were nice and clean with beachy wall art. We enjoyed the back door of our room that overlooked the water and was very relaxing and peaceful to see each morning. The location is within walking distance of many of the places we wanted to go in Dunedin so we could leave our car parked. There is a great outdoor bar on premises if you don't want to venture out on the town or in my case I could wait for my wife while she got ready to go out.

Beware before walking in the lobby of this Best Western Yacht Harbor Hotel in Dunedin. None of the front desk staff was wearing masks... and this is during the height of the ongoing COVID surge. The hotel was fine, but it felt very unsafe with the staff and hardly any guests wearing masks. The only staff mask wearer was the person working in the breakfast area. Thank you to her for demonstrating care and compassion to the guests. To the others and management. MASK UP AND SAVE LIVES!!

Everyone was efficient and pleasant from check-in to checkout. A must see is the tiki bar especially at sunset. The views are gorgeous. the Bon Appetit is a little pricy but well worth the experience. We will definitely return and we recommend this hotel to all visitors.

Great location - had never been to Dunedin before - lots of activity but small town feel. Hotel was right on the water, walking distance to many stores. Small cafe across the street and big restaurant on site. Rooms were HUGE --- really comfortable beds and pillows. Big bathroom and bright lighting. Big mirrors reflecting sunlight, but dark at night for sleeping. Fairly quiet air-conditioner too.

Super friendly front desk staff upon check in. All other staff members encountered were friendly as well. Great location with many dining options within walking distance. Beds were super comfortable. Plenty of onsite parking that was convenient.

I choose this hotel because of it's location - on the water walk to downtown restaurants and shops. The staff was excellent, always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable but very old. The recent "remodel" was not professionally done - lots of sloppy calking in the bathroom and the toilet alcove is way too small. Really not worth the expense and I would probably not stay there again.

I was very impressed by the staff's friendliness. Everyone we spoke with was so nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast food options were pretty good and the coffee was one of the better hotel coffee's I've had. The location of this hotel is perfect! It's only about a 20 minute drive from Clearwater Beach (depending on traffic) and the pier located at the end of the hotel parking lot is a great place to watch the sunset. I loved that the hotel room had a back door that led to a private patio to view the bay. The room was very clean and was very spacious. The pool was clean and had changing rooms poolside. The parking lot is a little tight so I would keep that in mind if you are driving a big vehicle. I only have two issues with the room and that is there wasn't an electrical outlet near the beds. So there was no lamp on the table between the beds and there was no way to charge our phones near the beds. This is not a huge deal just a little inconvenient. The other issue is that the chain lock on the back door of our room was broken. The dead bolt worked but the chain lock was not able to fasten, again not a huge deal but would have felt a little better if the chain lock was able to fasten as well. The location and friendliness of the staff made up for any issues we had, so 5 stars! I would definitely stay here again!

This location in Dunedin is spectacular as far as the views provided and the amazing service. I would return to this spot again; that is an amazing statement for me as I rarely revisit past destinations. My spouse and I are adventure and history travelers with our own YouTube channel and we seek out places where we can learn things and I have memorable experiences. We rented bikes right at the hotel and rode on the Pinellas Trail, which follows the old Orange Belt Railway path. It was a lot of fun and truly gives a taste of old Florida. I love places that are authentic and this place is one of the best. If you like small towns that are laid back and friendly, come here. In addition, I want to give a shout out to Marissa at the front desk. She has a genuinely kind persona and her interest in the guest is obvious. The room was pristine and the breakfast plentiful. I enjoy these unexpected bonuses while traveling. Kudos to this establishment! I am a down to earth Bahamian who loves people who are real. Thanks Best Western!

I will definitely be going back to this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our stay. I would recommend this hotel for anyone. The even allow pets for a small fee.

We loved staying at this hotel. Even though this was an older hotel it was maintained very well inside and outside. The staff from the housekeepers to the general Manager were all so nice and very helpful. The breakfast selection was very good and the breakfast area was well supplied and clean. You can beat the location of the hotel it is right next to the Harbor and it appeared that all of the rooms had good views. It is also a short walk to the marina, a city park and restaurants/shopping on Main St.

Perfect hotel in the perfect location. I am somewhat of a hotel snob so I was hesitant to stay at a BW, but I was pleasantly surprised! The location is absolutely perfect. Right on the water and within walking distance of all the fun Dunedin has to offer. The room was HUGE and very clean. The only issue we had was the exterior hotel light shines right through the very large window and there's no way to cover it (plantation shutters don't extend all the way to the top of the windows). If you're sensitive to light when sleeping you'll need a sleep mask.

We stayed in their beautiful suite and it was HUGE and gorgeous. We were quite frankly, blown away by the beauty and size of the suite we rented. Over a 2 week holiday it was hands down our favorite hotel. I loved being able to open the windows and let the sea air come in the suite.

The room was larger than we expected, and it fit four of us comfortably, which is not always true of a 2 queen room. The area of town is sleepy and quiet during the week, and away from most of the hubbub on the weekends. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, and the view of the bay was lovely to wake up to every morning. We will be coming back to the area and staying here again.

If you're simply looking for a bed and a shower and aren't concerned with overall value, then this might be the place for you. The beds are squeaky, the bathrooms have no ventilation, the “do not disturb” signs are literally taped to the doors but it doesn't matter if you hang the sign because the staff ignored it.

This is our preferred hotel when in Dunedin. It is always clean and staff at check in, bar and restaurant are all top notch. The food at the restaurant is great. The bar staff makes you feel like you are old friends and love that most people at the bar like to strike up a conversation. You can't beat the sunset while enjoying a meal. Great location, within walking distance of the beautiful downtown area.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very attentive. I loved how they took breakfast on with being in a pandemic and served you in a bag, most other hotels would have just shut breakfast down. I would stay there again. Loved the views! Great location but could use some updates. There are many options of things to do with in walking distance.

Motel is super close to downtown. Sunsets from the property were amazing!! Staff was friendly and room was average. Could be updated but did not affect our stay in anyway. I would definitely stay there again.

1st time staying here. We had room 114, was able to park right in front of the room. Great view looking out over the marina area. Room was very big and up to date. Short walk to town and near everything. Shower was good Would stay here again.

AWESOME STAFF. Nice size pool! Walking distance to alot of different places. Only thing missing was a beach. You can see a marina though. Worth checking out not crowded at the hotel. Crowded in the town though.

On arrival, employee at the front desk screamed at us and had a meltdown because we were not wearing masks and yes, she was wearing a mask, standing behind a plexiglass barrier, there were no other guests around, and we were more than 6 feet away. The lobby was cold and unwelcoming with chairs, tables, etc. all piled up like a bomb went off in there. The room was large and sparsely furnished with very uncomfortable furniture. The beds were very firm/hard. There was a working refrigerator, wet bar, microwave, and coffee maker. Floors were all tile. Bathroom was clean but poorly laid out, picture yourself sitting sideways on the toilet with the tp holder jammed into your thigh. Heat/Cooling was in working order. We were on the second floor which has cathedral ceilings, BUT there are no curtains for the wall of windows so at night it was liking sleeping on a lit football field (thanks to the outside security light). Flat surfaces above 6 feet had not be cleaned in a very long time, other than that everything appeared clean and maintained. Don't pay extra for a "marina/bay view" as the parking lot is between you and the marina. Top notch restaurant, Bon Appetit, at the end of the pier. Easy walking distance to Main Street with many shops and eateries.

Great area, the town of Dunedin is beautiful and the hotel is right next to Main Street. We brought our dog and it was a great experience. The views are wonderful. We want to go back again for a longer stay.

Room feels like a loft studio. Great spacious room with a view of the wharf. Staff could be friendlier and the interior furniture could be swapped out with unstained and more modern furniture. But overall it was a pleasant accomadation

I think the only good thing about this hotel is the location & access to beautiful Downtown Dunedin. Unfortunately, the weather was bad during our stay so more time in the room that didn't even have a chair (other than the desk chair) to sit on. Although there was an ottoman.. (what happened to the chair that goes with that).. The room is quite large, but there was only a bed, desk, rolling chair & ottoman.

I read the reviews before booking. I found the reception desk very nice. The location is terrific and next to an excellent restaurant. The room is quirky and comfortable. The view from the door to the room of our ‘bay view king' was spectacular. The chair in the room had seen better days and I avoided placing anything on it - it looked dirty and worn. Why was it in an otherwise nice room? Breakfast was in a bag and not good - but we didn't expect good, based on the reviews. This could be a four star place with a little attention. Overall, an ok stay.

Nice location is the only good thing about this hotel.. The worst Best Western I've been in. Rude front desk woman, paper thin walls, our neighbor was on her cell phone on speaker until after 10 pm and we could hear both sides of the conversation, Breakfast in a bag is just an apple, orange, yogurt, wrapped Danish. Equipment broken in exercise room. Rolling cot mattress uncomfortable. Rooms big but outdated.

The booking was over priced.. the GM was rude, so much noise at night and when they decided every day to use a leaf blower near our window (3 days in a row)... need updating. Toilets clog easily, torn furniture. Unexplained charges on my bill. So irritated, done with Best Western.

Girls getaway with close friends for one night and the Best-western was a great location in Dunedin right on the water within walking distance to so many cool places - we had a blast :-) I recommend this property - would definitely come again!

This was our first trip to that area of Florida. We stayed 3 nights and I really didn't want to leave. It was beautiful to look out your door and have the yachts right there and a pier to walk out on. We had a back door as well that was right on the water as well. It was so relaxing and amazing. The are of Dunedin offers many little shops. We plan to come back and explore more of them soon.

No customer service. I was disappointed the last visit here, I have travelled from CO 3 times now and stayed at this same hotel. I booked my room in Oct. noticed the day before we arrived that the rate was a lot lower then it was previously, about $200 for 3 days... the rate on average was $149 a night. But the booking I had was $200 and up a night. I asked in the office if I could add any discounts at checkin and they started I had the “best western” best rate available. When I asked why the rate was $200 more and how they could reduce it, they said they couldn't, it was a pricing mgmt item and they do the pricing like an airline... but I assume opposite, the longer you wait to book a room, the cheaper it is?? Strange. For the money, I guess an Airbnb will be better next time. And because of Covid 19, you can't even get housekeeping, but I think that is standard in all hotels.

The location of this Best Western Plus cannot be beat! It is right in downtown Dunedin and you can walk to dozens of restaurants and bars. There are at least six breweries within walking distance as well. Walking around the marina and down the sidewalk along the water is wonderful. The property is well maintained and although you cannot actually see the open water from the rooms, there is a nice open air private covered walkway along the water to sit and read or enjoy your morning coffee.

Delightful experience with warm, comfortable room with patio. The decor was unique, bedding was comfortable, view of water. Professional and friendly staff. Convenient location to Dunedin restaurants, shops, activities.

The bay view room is on the second floor, vaulted ceiling with the back door facing the bay (NOT A BAYVIEW) and the balcony faces the parking lot and marina. The light from the vaulted ceiling radiates if you are looking to sleep in it will not work. The rooms are large, but outdated and noisy. Wolfgang Puck coffee in the room was HORRIBLE! The marina view rooms are better, ground level and the back door faces the bay. The breakfast is horrible and packed to go. THERE IS NO MAID SERVICE, THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE ROOMS. The location is the only plus and Bon Appetit Restaurant on the premise is very pricey, but good. Also, parking is included at no extra charge. The only item I enjoyed in the room is the heated lamp in the bathroom, it was relaxing. In walking distance to the Dunedin Downtown area.

Stayed in a standard King marina view. Had access to the parking lot and the water because the room has a door on each side. The room was older and needed updated, especially the bathroom. The cleaning service also could have been better. Counted 4 hairs in the bathroom that did not belong to us and they stayed the whole three days... Yuck! The bed also squeaked and needed replaced. The breakfast was to go which included a danish, fruit and yogurt. Didn't think much of it due to covid. The front desk staff was nice and the location was in walking distance of the shops and restaurants. The view of the water was also lovely. Will probably look into staying at the other major hotel chain up the street in the future.

First of all, huge windows facing the parking lot. Could read at night without lights turned on. Sooo hard to get some sleep. Unacceptable! Misleading description of rooms. Our reservation stated Bay side. We had Bay side on the breezeway but ... in the room it was parking lot side. Very noisy! Lock of the door didn't work properly! Poor maintenance. As for breakfast ( I should say snack), NO eggs, NO protein bars, NO bananas. And don't even think of asking for a second orange ( in Florida, the land of oranges!). Very poor! We are Diamond Select with BW, meaning that we spent a high amount of nights in different BW all around the country. That one was the worst by far!

Great staff and location for things to do visit in Dunedin within walking distance. The restaurant behind hotel is on the water and had some delicious food. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

We have stayed at this hotel twice. The first time 3 yrs ago and then recently just after Thanksgiving. Covid aside we love this hotel. It has a nice pool and hot tub. The rooms are very spacious and have a view of the marina or the bay. We chose the marina view. There is a tiki type bar on the property and a restaurant. We have not eaten in the restaurant, but the menu has ample seafood choices. It's more upscale but also has a relaxed atmosphere. You can walk to many other restaurants and bars. Great location.

This was our second or third stay at Yacht Harbor. Love being by the water and love Dunnedin. All of the staff have been around awhile and make good suggestions for restaurants, etc. We will definitely be back over and over when we travel to Dunnedin

This facility was one of the cleanest and nicest Best Westerns we have visited. Opening the back door for a view of the water was wonderful. Close to some cute shops, on the water, Front desk staff was amazing. We only got to stay one night, but it is our pick of places to stay in the area. The bathrooms are really small, and clothes hanger is inconveniently placed, but worth it for everything else. We will be returning, as long as word doesn't get out. :)

Perfect location for sure. Misleading description of room however. Stated "Bay View" (as opposed to Marina View". Room had a "parking lot view" Very noisy at night with people walking past our door. Room was clean. Coffee in room and lobby was awful. Too much light coming in at night. Terrible night's sleep. Would not stay again. Walkway outside our room had a lovely view of the bay- had to go outside the room and sit on a bench to see it. Just want other travelers to be aware! Still love Dunedin.

Located on a spit of land sticking into the bay, the hotel is 2 blocks from downtown Dunedin. There is an amazing view from the walkway behind all of the premium rooms. The view from the balconies is the parking lot, so the Bayview rooms are not really Bayview. Overall the rooms are so comfortable and clean, that I would recommend the hotel and would consider returning.

Beautiful hotel sits on the water. View of the marina from balcony. From the front door, you see the expanse of the Gulf, with sailboats gliding over the water. The room is spacious with a modern bathroom, shutters,and tropical decor. At the hotel, you will enjoy a large pool, secluded hot tub, popular, waterfront restaurant, and there's even a big playground next door. The playground sits on a nature park with picnic benches, a gazebo, and much equipment for your kiddos to climb on, swing on, and slide down. Best Western sits right on the edge of town. You can walk to the quaint restaurants, shops, and go on foot or on bike for pizza or ice cream. Famous Honeymoon Island is ten minutes away by car. There's plenty of parking at the hotel and the parking lot is well-lit. The value can't be beat! Very affordable for a quality hotel by the Gulf. Mainly, the staff and happy guests you meet will make the trip memorable. I know that my family and I are dreaming of our return!

Perfect place to stay in Dunedin because you can walk to restaurants and shops. It is next to the pier so you are only steps away from watching a beautiful sunset. Our room was on the second floor. It was a big room with a large balcony but the view was the parking lot which was fine. Hotel staff all wore masks and our room was spotlessly clean. Dunedin is a lovely town to visit. It was a great little getaway during the pandemic.

Great place to stay with your dog, it's right downtown with a nice park next door and long waterfront park a 1/4 mile to the South. Room is all tile and has a little kitchenette with fridge, perfect for feeding your dog.

Hotel was full although they originally indicated social distancing. Promised balcony to watch sunset, but corner room could only see a Palm Tree and the A/c in room vented to balcony and emitted extremely hot air. Plus room over two A/C units of office so was even noiser. None of the doors closed properly. Hot and cold water was backward and floors of room were filthy

Very very disappointing. Arrived to be greeted by a less than enthusiastic receptionist. Was vaguely waved in the direction of our room whilst she did something on her phone. Got into the room to find the floor outside the bathroom soaking wet. Upon further investigation the water was coming from the ceiling and dripping into the wardrobe. Called unenthusiastic receptionist who said I am pretty sure we are full so have nowhere to move you. Once I informed her of the likelyhood of one of us slipping and falling on it she found us another room but informed us it overlooked the pool not harbor. At this point let me make it clear all the rooms overlook car parking with the best view being at the back of the rooms! Don't let the pictures fool you. This hotel is old and tired and living on its location. FYI the bar shuts at 9pm!! Who on vacation goes to bed at 9pm. Save yourself some money and stop in one of the hotels inland a short way, which are actually in a better location for shops and restaurants anyway. It reminded me why I had deleted the BW app!!

We were really happy with this hotel. It was very clean. The bathroom and bedroom/living area was updated and nicely decorated. I gave 4 stars because while the bed and pillows could have been more comfortable they were ok for a hotel. The location is excellent and it's easy to walk to several restaurants and shops. Dunedin is a hidden gem!

The location of the Best Western is perfect to get a front row seat if you are a storm lover like I am. The heated pool is large and easy to get to no matter where your room is. I love the overall decor of the room and especially enjoyed the whirlpool tub. The bed was very comfortable. I am picky regarding pillows because I think it is often overlooked as to the relative importance they serve for the overall sleeping experience. I might recommend that pillows that more firm be offered to those who enjoyed that kind of pillow. While the restaurant is not affiliated with the hotel it is conveniently looked right next door. My table had a nice view overlooking the gulf and even better I was able to watch a nice storm while eating my dinner. One more recommendation I would make is providing some carpet option fod those rooms that have a whirlpool tub. Tile floor becomes very slippery when wet and the carpet would provide the necessary traction while avoiding any unnecessary slip and fall accidents.

We had awesome sunsets, were in walking distance to all the shops an restaurants and Bon Appétit is definitely a must! Excellent food an service!! We will recommend an return for another stay for sure!!

Great location for families or just couples, great staff, Very clean room, Close to what ever you want to do. There is a park right next to the hotel! Bike ride the Pinellas trail, Awesome breweries within a quarter mile.

This hotel is not just waterfront, it's built out into the water. Very peaceful setting. It's also located right at the end of Main Street within easy walking distance of many breweries, restaurants, and shops. The hotel itself is older, but other than some furniture that shows a bit of age, it appears well-maintained. The rooms are very large and have views to both the marina on one side and the bay on the other. The private balconies are quite large as well. I had limited interaction with staff, but the desk clerks were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

The location is great - right by downtown, close to the water, parking available, etc. Room itself was fine - two beds, clean, AC worked well, nice view of the water and nice private balcony, but.... This was, by far, the brightest hotel room I have ever stayed in, and I have been in hotels and rentals around the world. There are enormous and almost totally uncovered windows that face the parking lot, and the amount of light coming in from the street lights was so extreme I could read in the room by it with no lights turned on at night. There are no curtains or any type of coverings on these windows and the room was so bright in the morning it prevented any type of sleeping in, which seeing we arranged a night away from the toddler, was an enormous disappointment. The utterly ridiculous level of brightness the lack of even basic shades on the windows of the room will prevent us from staying here again. Shame, because aside from this, the hotel was fine and the best location for downtown fun.

Rude staff, noisy A/C, can hear neighbor's tv, sun coming through uncovered windows in early am, outdated. I really don't know why this hotel doesn't renovate and improve fixable issues. It is right on the water.

The Hotel is well located and the rooms spacious. the negative point is the breakfast, the staff wasn't receptive and there wasn't variety, there wasn't egg, it wasn't possible to heat bread and coffee is served in a bag. even covid times it would be interesting to separate an area of ​​the restaurant with social distance for the meal, because at other times the restaurants are open

The hotel was adequate. Very nice area. Dundelun has many restaurants and shops so there was a nice ambiance within this small community. The only negative comment was that they had indicated that because I was a first responder that we would get a discount. The front desk staff was not at all receptive to this and indicated I already had a low price and that she was not aware of any first responder discounts.

This hotel has a great location in Dunedin. The rooms are small but adequate, and its possible to park your car outside the room which is a bonus for anyone with mobility issues. The bar and restaurant are excellent , both the food and service are great. Its ideally located for a very short walk to the amenities and restaurants too.

This hotel was so lovely. The views were amazing, as well as the room. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Even during a global pandemic I felt safe and clean. I would highly recommend a stay here.

The pros are that this is a hotel. The cons are numerous. Upon entering the room and stepping out to the balcony, there were still beer cans and cigarette butts left from the previous guest. It was cleaned promptly by the front desk, but makes you wonder what else was missed even though "extra precautions" are being taken due to covid19. The room was listed as "bay side" instead of marina, but they are all basically marina with the bay being visible if you step out of the room. Somewhat misleading. There are windows that are all the way up to the ceiling that is vaulted, so don't plan on sleeping in. The sun is shining in the room from the moment it is light outside. The room wasn't dirty, but did feel dated. The staff was all very personable and did remedy any issues we had. We were in an out a lot, and parking is shared with the restaurant next door, so if you come back at dinner time, good luck being close to the stairs. Great location for Dunedin downtown walking.

Check in was not pleasant because they have young ladies with attitudes that can speak with respect. They need more customer service training. The room is great and for a hotel is spacious with a back door exit to the lake. The toilet had low pressure but worked. 4 of july neighbors (larry) made the night spectacular. The hotel don't don't alound fireworks. It was fun. Bed is comfortable. The parking is scary because we are near the restaurant but we always had a spot. You get free wifi but if you don't ask doe the code at check in DON'T call the front desk they don't answer. Go in person.

I try to stay at Bestwestern's as much as possible because their rewards program is the best, but I love this hotel. They are well located on the water with out the high cost of the beach. Just realize no mater where you stay right now, you probably aren't going to get daily cleaning service which I am ok with anyway. If you don't like sand on your floors, you probably shouldn't visit Florida. This is a great, clean, friendly hotel and you can watch an amazing sunset on the pier.

The amount of noise at my stay was constant for 24 hours. I could hear everyone's room around me. The staff tried to help but it was no help. People upstairs had a party all night and were clearing bowling by the sound of it. Poor noise control.

We spent 6 days at this hotel without any housekeeping we had to go to the front desk for everything. Towels,soap,toilet paper etc. They said they didn't want their employees.to get sick.Then they should not have opened the hotel.We paid the full price with no service. It's a beautiful hotel with nice views and a nice pool,but we should have been told about the lack of services before we got there not at check in.

great location,great view from entrance door of bay and sunset. if you are going to stay on 2nd floor i recommend rooms 216 to 220 as they have no obstruction viewing marina and bay. stayed in 226 all saw was palm tree and side of hotel spent most of the time sitting on bench out side my room entrance watch the bay. as hotel guest walked by going to and from stair cases

Great location, great staff, and very clean rooms! I highly reccomend this place whether for business or pleasure. This hotel knows how to treat their guests right! Very fast check in and check out and will accommodate early arrivals if you let them know ahead of time.

If you want a gorgeous view from your balcony book this room. Beautiful decor, granite countertops, bar with refrigerator, private balcony, and clean bathroom. Decor was nice, high ceilings, beds were comfortable.

Not close enough to beach and room service was terrible. Breakfast didn't have the ususal no hot food. Only nice thing about our stay was that our room was near the pool so we could sit on the balcony watch the kids from out room while they were in the pool.

Loved the hotel. You can walk everywhere. Wish it had water views, it really doesn't regardless of the "marina views" as stated. You do have a back door that faces the marina but there aren't windows on that back wall, you will rarely if ever go out that back door, and the views out there aren't great. But I still loved this place. Lucky to find it, would only stay here if I was returning! Great price.

Tav lied about rates of rooms. She also said the liers were open and that we could fish off of them. She also would not honor a late check oout for my husband who is a disabled veteran. We woke up late and needed 30 extra minutes and she wouldn't honor that. The balcony had 2 bags of trash and empty broken wine glass bottles.

We have stayed here several times over the years. The location is great - convenient to the baseball stadium, pubs and restaurants. The rooms overlook the Dunedin marina and harbor and we saw dolphins in the morning. However, the rooms need to be updated and the tile flooring needs a good scrubbing. The staff is great and we enjoyed the variety of food at the breakfast buffet. The refrigerator is stocked with snacks and although we never had anything, we noticed a small charge on our credit card statement when we got home.

Flies and bugs in the room. Dead worm on the floor. Fridge was stocked with snacks and drinks, many of which were expired by 60 days or more. Some light fixtures worked, some didn't. Property along the water has a lot of potential and should be for sale soon.

I choose this place based on the numerous reviews, that I had read. Quite frankly in my opinion it fell short based on the price. We arrived on a day when there was a wedding next store at the restaurant and no parking was available. Our unit didn't even have an assign spot. The upside is there is no charge for parking. Unit was okay, but nothing special. On the older side. We were able to listen as someone above us walked back forth in high heels late into the night. Walls are thin. I repeatedly put the “do not disturb “ sign on the door as to not have anyone in the unit during the day, but it was ignored. Both the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Upgrades needed. Enjoyed watching the osprey nest each morning while we ate breakfast!

Best Western Yacht Harbor Inn as the name inplies overlooking the Dunedin Harbor. Hotel rooms have water views from both the harbor front balcony and the door to the units. The location is very convenient to both restaurants and shopping. The hotel is older and could use renovation, however the pool is very nice. Would stay again! Chose the second floor which is quieter and offers better views.

Rooms were clean and cute. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. I have been coming to the area for 30 years and never stayed here. Will now recommend to my family and friends. The only downside was the room was a little noisy but not enough to keep me from going back.

A great place to stay on the water in Dunedin Florida. They have an excellent on site restaurant and the hotel is only steps away from downtown Dunedin. The hotel rooms are adequate, there is on site parking and they have a nearby pier for your boat.

The Yacht Harbor Inn in Dunedin is a great place to spend a weekend getaway on the water. The onsite bar and restaurant were both excellent and the hotel is walking distance to local shops, restaurants and bars.

Upon arrival I checked in, no problems there, except that they had charged my card on Wednesday prior for a Saturday night stay. I was told if I wanted Ice I had to go upstairs to the end of the hall they only have one Ice machine, 45 degrees outside and the machine is outside no protection. Parking, all doorway entrances are exterior, no interior hallways, no carts, no attendant to assist with luggage. I was not able to park near my entrance door and had to carry my bags myself, what the H? When I went to leave to go to a special event we were attending I could not get my car out. The valet for the attached restaurant had Double Parked their cars in back of my vehicle. I had to get them to move a car so I could leave and so fearful I would not have a spot when I returned. Now if there had been an emergency...No emergency vehicles could get in the parking lot with cars double parked and when I questioned the valet attending he told me that was just they way they do things, I won't be back or recommend. Too bad, this spot has so much potential. Also, not handicap accessible as almost all rooms have a step down. Breakfast was satisfactory, not great but clean and good variety for a continental style breakfast room.

We spent several nights at the Yacht Harbor Inn. Our room was very large and very clean. It was so nice to walk outside and be on the water, close to the dock where you can watch the sunset to the strains of a bagpiper on the weekend. Our room on the first floor did not have a balcony but it did have a door that opened onto the back walkway, and on two mornings we saw dolphins swimming right below us just feet away in the water. Also, downtown Dunedin is within a three minute walking distance from the hotel, so once you find a parking space, you are set for the evening. Because the hotel shares the parking lot with a very popular restaurant, the parking spots are nearly always full, but the restaurant valets will find a spot for hotel guests. My only complaints (and they are minor) were that the a/c unit was very noisy, and that the heater for the outdoor pool was on the fritz so it was too chilly for a dip, although the hot tub worked fine!

This is a great location! Walking distance to water, restaurant, and bar. Also close to downtown Dunedin and able to walk to the shops there. Lots of options for eating and entertainment. Updated room decor and staff is friendly! The only complaint I have is that the heater to their outdoor pool was broken.

Hotel quiet and clean. Only comment is more of a question. The vanity in the bathroom has not been painted to match the rest of the decor in the room?? Is this an oversight or purposeful?

This is an older hotel that has been patched up. The location is ideal, right on the water. There is a restaurant and bar on location with a good daily breakfast included with the rate and the hotel is within walking distance to downtown. My room was bigger than most I have stayed in and the housekeeping staff was very accommodating and tried hard to keep the room clean. However, there is nothing housekeeping can do about cockroaches (or as the hotel calls them, palmetto bugs....same thing) except remove them when people complain, which they did when I had one about 2" long in my room! Ursulla, the hotel manager, told me last week that the best they can do to compensate me for this gross incident is a $50 credit on my $2600 hotel bill. I have not yet seen the credit come through on my card but I'm sure someone is working on it.

We had an exceptionally large room with 2 entrances. The back entrance faced the gulf and the front entrance was to the balcony which overlooked the pool & marina. The room was lovely, comfortable and had all the ammenities. Breakfast was included and had many nice extras such as a variety of jams and toppings for cereal, as well as eggs, etc. Best of all, it was right on the edge of downtown Dunedin. Loved it!

PARTY HOTEL STAY AWAY I Called three times from 23h00 till 12h15 to let them know about a party happening next to my door... nothing happened even though the police came in... Loud ... really loud people listening to music and talking really loudly in front of my door. Karen at the desk was really nice but obviously this is a party hotel where you have to expect sleeping next to impossible. I will probably correct this rating if they can arrange a respectful compensation for this really frustrating and unrespectful way of dealing with noise complaints.

We loved this little harbour inlet so much that we stayed another night! We had a 2 bedroom suite which was lovely and big and not expensive looking over the Harbour. We also had a standard room overlooking the pool which was quite adequate to sleep in. The suite was lovely and on our second night an interconnecting door was unlocked for our daughter which then made it a 3 bedroom suite!Fantastic! We had a seating area with sofas and tv and a kitchen area to make tea etc. The place was spotlessly clean as well. We had 2 standard rooms on the first night however which both smelt of mildew and damp.The receptionists answer was to send over a lady with an air freshener spray...not an ideal solution! There was a decent array of breakfast items and fresh coffee and the lady serving breakfast was happy and polite whereas we found most of the reception staff to be a bit grumpy. There are some quaint little shops in the area and a ferry boat to take you to Clearwater Beach which took about 20 minutes. If we stay here again I would definitely pay the few extra dollars more for a suite and give the standard smelly rooms a miss!

One of the best Best Western I've stayed at. Family have enjoyed around the city. So many things to do for everyone. Very nice hotel and the rooms are big and nicely decorated. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Plus. Beautiful location! This older hotel is well maintained. I loved our second story room with high ceiling and large balcony. We saw a group of dolphins in St Joseph Sound outside our room. Breakfast was great. The restaurant attached to the hotel “Bon Appetite” was outstanding and the atmosphere was second to none! Boutiques, parks and great restaurants are within walking distance. We will be back soon!

It all started with a reservation for a balcony marina view room. Ended up with a partial bay view with no balcony. For the points charged me I should have had what I requested. Upon check-in they held 100 dollars on my card that was Dec. 23rd. When I checked out on Dec. 26th the money was back in my account the on Dec. 31st they took it back out of my account again. I have tried for 2 days to get this straight and told the lady I talked to this morning to have the manager call me. DIDN'T HAPPEN. I used to think a lot of this location but this time they have failed miserably. The did upgrade me to a jacuzzi room which I didn't even use.

This place is amazing. The rooms are very large. The balcony is twice the size we are used to. The rooms are right on the bay. Breakfast was great. Staff is very friendly. Dunedin has a great downtown area to walk around and many unique shops. Great bike trail nearby.

Every staff member was outstanding. Breakfast changed daily, rooms was very comfortable and large. Wonderful views and a great location for a stranger to the area to explore from. The adjoining restaurant and lounge was very good. We were looking for fresh see food and they had a good menu for what we were looking for. The staff was very helpfull.

Paid for a room, ate at an very overpriced restaurant and lost a parking space as the restaurant has valet parking and has priority of the hotel parking lot. Had to park across the street in the rain over 100 yards from the room. Absolutely disrespectful of paying guests. Never to return

The location is right along the marina with restaurants within easy walking distance and view of water is good. Hotel is very clean, friendly and easy to find. Walking distance to Main street with many small shops and many restaurants. Very interesting and real vintage hometown feel. Breakfast was more than expected and well maintained. Room was nice with comfortable bed and many TV stations.

The hotel is situated in the marina giving it a bit of a wow factor when we entered our second floor room and looked out. The room was spacious, clean and well presented. Initially I was concerned about getting any sleep as a lot of light came in the room and we had a door to an adjoining room. But it all settled down during the night and the light wasn't a problem. The residents of the town are so friendly and made us feel very welcome. There are plenty of good bars, breweries and restaurants to try. We would definitely return.

I went to this hotel because we had a family gathering in town for Thanksgiving. The check- in was extremely quick and the staff apologized profusely because of lack of parking but to be honest it was Thanksgiving day and the restaurant next door was packed so that was to be expected. I was on the first floor and noticed a door at the back of the room and opened it onto a boardwalk right on the water. It was breath takingly beautiful.We attended our family gathering and arrived back around 10pm and parking was plentiful again. I awoke the next morning and was surprised by the breakfast fare. Omelettes, oatmeal,cereal,yougurt,pastries,waffles,bacon,sausages etc... and the view was onto the marina which was awesome.

I was confused on what type of room to choose as there is marina view and bay view. However, all the rooms have a front and back door. The front door is on the parking lot (marina view) and the back door faces the bay, so it really didn't seem to matter which we chose on line. The hotel is within short walking distance to downtown area with many shops, restaurants and bars. We were able to go each night into town and experience something different, that was the best part. However, the hotel is an older building and could use some upgrades. It looks like they have done some renovations, but still needs some TLC. Also, being an older building it was a bit noisy. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Complimentary continental breakfast in the lobby, Ok, but not great. The coffee not good at all. Some kind of "nescafe" instant coffee machine. Luckily, some coffee shops close in the downtown area. Overall a good stay and somewhere we'd go again.

Room had a foul odor. The heater did not work. The TV was almost unwatchable due to its location. The breakfast was terrible. Too salty or too bland. Undrinkble coffee. My wife left behind an expensive Bose headphones. We called from the airport and asked if it could be mailed. We offered to pay (and the hotel had our credit card on file). We were told that the hotel could not do that for us.

Immaculate mid-century modern hotel right on the harbor of historic Dunedin. Easy walking to many great restaurants and shops. However, the hotel's own "Bon Appetit" restaurant is among the very best waterfront restaurants in Florida. AND, it's dog-friendly on the outside deck area!

The Best Western Plus in Dunedin was outstanding. From the location, the customer service, to all the amenities included - it is a wonderful value. The continental breakfast was different each day and the food was fresh and well prepared.

We had never been to this area of Florida before, we came for a concert in nearby Tarpon Springs. I picked this hotel sight unseen. It was such a pleasant surprise. Our room had a good sized balcony on both sides and both views were incredible. On one side the bay and the other the quaint little town of Dunedin with little shops, a marina and to the West a view of the bay. The room was decorated cheerfully and the other amenities were all very good. If you go to this area try it, the price is reasonable and I think you will be very satisfied.

Hotel was very nice - brightly colored rooms that you could park right in front of. Our room had a back door that overlooked the beautiful bay. Bathtub needed to be replaced but sink already had been. You could catch a ferry to Clearwater right there.

This was my very first visit to a Best Western as a member and I was sorely disappointed. I chose this hotel because of its location by the marina and for its sea/bay views. On arrival I found my bill to be more than the amount I had booked online – not a good start. We entered our room to be met by a cockroach which I managed to get out the door – things were not getting better. We were being collected by friends, so we only had enough time to drop our suitcase and go. On returning quite late to our room it smelt musty and of smoke – it needs deodorising and/or repainting. The shower and bath taps on the wall were not even straight and came off the wall when trying to turn them on. Excessive use of silicone sealant had been used to botch up a repair when clearly a complete refurbishment of the bath and bathroom are needed. The bed sheets were slightly damp too. I realise this is Florida with humidity but it was most uncomfortable. I pulled back the covers and had the a/c on full, although this was noisy, to dry them. The bed was lumpy, and the springs were noisy when you turned in bed. The rubbish men arrived very early the next morning to empty bins that seemed to be right outside the door. All in all, not a very comfortable or enjoyable stay. Very poor value for money at $120/£100 and would not consider going there again.

Never been so insulted by a receptionist who made fun of british accent. The room was described as luxury king with tropical decor stunning views turned out that tropical is burn yellow paint and yellow bed throw. View was of the harbour and you could hear every word from next room. Bathroom was extreme basic. Wardrobe was 3fl tall but looked taller due to layer of dust. Slept with pyjamas tucked into socks.

Great stay. Wonderful restaurant next door. Will be back! Everything was clean and we enjoyed a soak in the hot tub. The pool is nice in the view is phenomenal of the bay and the marina next-door. Highly recommended for a relaxing time.

This hotel is in a fabulous location. The sunset views can't be overrated, and well within walking distance of shops and restaurants, including a very cool coffee shop. Overall this was a pleasant experience, beginning with the friendliness and attentiveness of the reception staff. Housekeeping was particularly helpful, responding to requests for fresh linens when we switched up guests in the second bedroom. We shared the two-bedroom suite with friends and then a family member. There was plenty of room for hosting a small group of friends for cocktail hour. The front desk staff gave us extra cups, plates, and bowls to accommodate our group. Glass rather than plastic "glasses" would be nice. This is twice we have stayed in this property, and satisfied both times. We would return for sure.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. This year we brought my parents down and all of us couldn't have been happier. The location is fantastic, a short walk to the downtown core and a minute to a beautiful view of the pier next to an amazing restaurant bon appétit. Silvana and Freyda we're wonderful and always greeted us and my children with a big smile every morning. The staff in the breakfast room were very friendly and personable. This is becoming a yearly thing for us! See you next year!

Booked a room on BW.com 2 weeks before our stay for my wife's birthday. Arrive checkin go to room. Not what I booked. Go back to checkin and speak with person working. No help get manager no help. Room not available. Settle for a different room. Go out come back to room. Ants all over room. Changed rooms day 2. Still not the room we booked. Stayed for 3 nights total. The place is in an excellent location, great restaurant, great outside bar, nice pool, good breakfast. Made the best out of a bad situation. Bookers Beware.

Have stayed here several times. Pretty marina and bay setting. Clean spacious room, made reservations well in advance, wanted a king bed room, but had to take a room with 2 queen beds, a "deluxe Queen" room. Beds were comfortable, pillows are small squares, so being your own favorite pillow with you. We were on second floor, the glass vaulted ceiling windows allow all the outside lighting in at night, so the room is not dark inside to sleep, so we bring and use sleep masks so it's dark enough to sleep. The staff is friendly and helpful. Free hot breakfast that is decent. One tiny elevator if you need it. This is a pet friendly hotel, although we don't travel with our pets.

This place is a great gateway from anything and everything. Away from hurricane Dorien to getting away from our everyday life! The room was very bright with a beautiful view on the harbour, with oversized windows. The beds were extremely comfortable. What you see on there publicity is what you get, no bad surprises.

Yacht Harbor Inn was great perfect for 3 day getaway. Place was clean and staff was pleasant. Breakfast was ok..typical fare for free breakfast deals. Proximity to Honeymoon Island, Tarpon Springs was a plus as well as plenty of cheaper and more fine dining experiences available nearby.

I was on a Birthday Weekend with friends and family. I totally enjoyed my stay and friends and family as well. Staff go out of there way to meet your needs thanks, Room excellent, nice Tiki bar over looking the water. Great resterant attached to hotel.

Perfect location for walking and experiencing all the local shops and dining. View was amazing to witness Sunsets and wildlife, saw dolphins and stingrays off balcony outside of room. Room decor gave all the Florida vibes. Will definitely be back!

I traveled from the East coast to visit friends in Tarpon Springs and was looking for a place to stay for 2 days with my dog. After reviewing all pet friendly places I came across Best Western. I review the pictures of the rooms and they were tiled and the surrounding grounds looked clean . I am glad that I went on my gut feeling because I felt safe at night coming in and walking my dog.

Great, quiet location to Clearwater Beach and Honeymoon Beach. Staff were very professional and friendly. Our room was modern, bright clean and the beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great and was not loud. I really like that the room was larger than most other hotel rooms.

Came down to Florida and spent two nights in your hotel with a good friend from Florida. I usually only get to see her once a year. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was nice, room is clean. Toilet didn't flush when we got there , but you send maintenance over right away to fix it. Beautiful location. I don't recommend the sunset dolphin cruise that is right across from the hotel , it was the worst one I've ever been on, but was convenient. I will stay again. Thank you for a good time and helping us make good memories.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. This is an older motel but the room that we had on the second floor had been remodeled recently and was tastefully done. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The wi-fi was strong and free. The motel is within comfortable walking distance of dining and shopping. If you are a boater looking for a break from the confines of the boat and a roomier shower, this is perfect.

First of all let me start off by saying this is an older hotel but it is well maintained. Our room was on the second floor which gave us amazing views however, there are high windows in all the upstairs rooms with no coverings and the light that comes in at night from the marina making it very difficult to sleep if you need complete darkness to get a good nights rest. Might I recommend a downstairs room. Our room was close to the restaurant called Bon Appetit( which is OUTSTANDING) and outside bar ( they had a guitar player on a couple of nights) and we had a beautiful view of the marina. The ferry to Clearwater beach leaves from the marina and it is a pretty ride and quick compared to the jolly trolley. There is also a bar/restaurant by Edgewater Park that has good food and drinks at the marina. (Stop by and see the "Daisy Mae" charter boat docked next to the restaurant and check out all the fish he brings in) . Town is within walking distance and they have some lovely shops, bars, restaurants and ice cream parlors. People are very friendly and it appears that it is a very dog friendly town. We did not make it to the Fenway Hotel but was told it is worth the time to view the hotel and stop at the rooftop bar and get a cold drink. We would definitely return to Dunedin! So much to do within walking distance. Walk out to the pier at sunset and see some amazing sunsets. Capture the colors of the sky after the sun sets.

Clean,very friendly. Beds were so comfortable. Walking distance to all you need. Outside bar was very nice. Right on the water. Cost of drinks reasonably. Love having a balcony looking out at the water.

Great team at the desk worked hard to keep things working with the issues. Only one rude person with a British accent. Did not have a name tag. Bay view doors will not open without a huge shoulder bang to open. Poor WiFi, water shut off for hours and no updates 5.5 hours a wet dry vac running most of the afternoon. No black out curtains and morning sun come streaming in through frosted glass wakes you all early morning. 6 AM. Bay view is fronted with boat docks and shallow bay opens every low tide to muck and smell. They can't help but would not go there expecting to enjoy the view most of the time. Parking is often impossible due to restaurants filling the spots.

The harbor has a horrible fishy smell. There were 4 dead birds laying in the mucky mess. The air conditioner auto mode didn't work. Walls are paper thin so dogs barking, kids screaming & ice machine were awful.

From the moment at check-in to the time I check-out, this place delivered. I was extremely happy that I chose BWP at the last minute before heading down to Florida for my vacation. The staff was exceptional. I stayed in room #210, the furthest west end of the property. Great views on both sides. Balcony faced the Marina and the back walkway was facing St Joseph Sound. The upscale restaurant was just feet away, however, it wasn't noisy in the least. The surroundings were terrific, the wildlife abundant and the views were perfect. The sunset could be viewed off the back corridor and it was stunning. My room was spacious, well decorated for a beachy atmosphere (4 large plantation shutters to make it feel very southern) and the exposed beams and glass window at the top of the room were a sight to behold. I really enjoyed the inside area of this room. Very comfortable beds and a good sized TV. I also liked that there was a front door to the very spacious balcony with a table and 2 chairs. There was a back door that led to the long walkway with benches to view the water, private docks, Honeymoon and Caladesi Island and the wildlife. Even saw a manatee for 2 days. The dorm sized refrigerator, coffee maker and the med sized microwave were a nice touch. Lots of storage space. The bathroom was updated, however it is very cramped. Tiled floors throughout the entire room. Bedding, room and bathroom were very clean As I stated earlier, the staff was exceptional. They were very eager to please and they did so. Always polite, witty, funny and very friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed a full, hot breakfast each day. They had most everything anyone could want for breakfast. The lady who took care of it daily was such a sweet woman. She was always helping others, restocking fresh food, chatting with customers and cleaning. The seating area was always clean. The grounds were fantastic. Palms, native tropical plants adorned the entire place. Pool area was nice considering it was so near the parking/street area. The landscape made the pool area very private. I was so glad I chose BWP in Dunedin. So glad, that now I have found a hotel I will continue to visit every time I come to the Clearwater area for vacations. I highly recommend visiting BWP Yacht Harbor Inn.

The location is nice, but the shower in the bathroom had missing grout, mold, a hole by the shower spout, and very sloppy workmanship on a prior repair attempt by the tub nozzle. This place needs an update.

I was a bit nervous if this would be the right place for my son and I to stay during our visit to the Dunedin/Clearwater, Florida area. After first reading the reviews and then pulling up in the hotel, those nervous feelings were lost. This place was exactly the way I hoped it would be. The area was right in the center of a wonderful city. Dunedin, FL is just beautiful and family friendly. The Dunedin Marina was across a small road access next to the parking lot of BWP. It made it an easy access to see the sights around the water. Everyone is in the heart of the city and Edgewater Park is right across from the hotel. The downtown area is a couple of blocks to the east of the hotel and that made for some good walks and shopping. Restaurants were a 10 min walk or less. The Parrotdise Dolphin Cruise was a 2 min walk across the parking lot. So much to do and see from this area of the hotel. Water views of the sound on the back side of the room and Marina views in the front. Perfect. The room we stayed in was just beautiful. Exposed beams and tastefully decorated, both on the walls and furniture. Truly a beachy feel. Good size main room and that includes an apartment sized refrigerator and a med sized microwave oven. The balcony faced south to the Marina, so getting outside at night was a pleasure. Lots of activity, but not loud in any sense. The area also has the Clearwater Ferry that will take you to Clearwater, Clearwater Beach and even the Clearwater Aquarium. That comes in handy and it is under $8 each way. What a way to see St Joseph's Sound. One of the best places to have breakfast is the BWP full breakfast area right at the hotel. It serves hot and cold items. Everything was excellent here, food service and cleanliness. The staff I encountered were superior. They went out of their way to please. Very happy people and glad to be part of the Best Western staff. Everything here was fantastic and I will definitely be back again in the future. It will be the hotel I will make my Florida vacation plans. Of course, I did encounter a couple of small issues (one... the bathroom is very tiny. Only one person at best can fit. There other minor issue was the shower faucet. It could only be turned on for hot or cold. There was no mixing temp of water, so I took only cold/cool showers.) Other than this, it is a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommend staying here

Great facility. Loved the room - had a king on the 2nd floor with great views including a private deck. Breakfast was great - hot and a lot of variety. Close to downtown Dunedin - everything was in walking distance so once we arrived we didn't move our vehicle until check out time.

Stayed for 1 night in the hotel, we chose it for its great location right on the water, the staff are very friendly and accommodating but the room was worn and badly need of renovation, in the room on the second floor 224) there is a high angled window without blinds as well as a glass block feature also with no way to cover it, the result is that you cannot make the room dark. Then there is the room air conditioning, it is a window mounted shaker and it is so loud that it wakes you when it starts or stops. The tub/shower has been renovated in the cheapest possible way by removing the old faucet and replacing it with a new one but instead of replacing the ceramic time, they added a few rows of white tiles which are now black and moldy, pretty gross. I can not understand why the owners of such a great located hotel would not make the necessary proper repairs instead of an obvious cheap out. We will not stay there again.

I am a return guest at this hotel. Its a safe and welcoming place, however it is not without recurring problems. For one thing, my top peeve is the pool area. Although I may be mistaken, it appers as if the pool heater is frequently turned off as the water gets cool during periods where it seems that people are not using the pool. Additionally, the hot tusdayb has had the same recurring non working probelms for the several years I've been frequenting this place sinc 2013. My last trip in April foudn the hot tub out of order again, cold and not heating. A sign was put in the area to ask people for their patience. The repair person gave the hotel a quote on a WEdnesday. The follwoing WEdnesday the hot tub was still in disrepair. Given the amount of money that I alone have spent at the hotel since 2013, you've coudl've purchased a brand new system. The breakfast room has been a welcome addition. Waffles are great. Egs and and bacon are awful. SAusage biscuits great. However during my last stay in April, the fresh fruint morphed into canned sutf that was pretty much inedible. That's when I started going out to breakfast again. Parking is the pits on the weekends with the influx of folks to the overpriced fussy Bon Apetit. I wonder why is it that Bon Apetit staff park in the hotel spots and are not made to use the public parking ? I watched them do so everyday. Get them the heck out of there. its fine to use the shared parking lot as an excuse, but for crissakes, protect your guests interests and stop giving us lip service aobut it. REserve spots for your guests in the same manner that they do with those ridiculous white pylons. Personally I take great pleasure in pitching those suckers across the parking lot. Protect the interests of your guests.

Parking wasunacceptable. Not only are there not enough spaces for all guests but lot is shared with restaurant and their valet blocks off half the lot at dinnertime leaving less spaces for hotel guests. We were referred to public parking across the street. The hotel was clean but in serious need of upgrades. Mirror was speckled and chipped, not all lights in bathroom worked, no a/c in the bathroom, a/c unit too loud. Front desk person at check in at noon could have been much more friendly. Evening desk person was very friendly.

This is a very old, tired motel-type property (doors open to the outside, not to a hallway) thats been been somewhat updated but you can only do so much with an old set of bones. The signs of multiple renovations are evident. Location is terrific with great views of the Intracoastal and very short walk to the adorable, quaint downtown area (fantastic shopping/dining options). And it's at a marina so thats pretty cool too, especially if you want to take a fishing charter. Staff is very nice and helpful Breakfast is.... standard. Inedible omelettes and rubbery hard boiled eggs but otherwise standard hot buffet breakfast with breads, cereal, oatmeal and fruit options. Nice to eat while looking at the water. Very good full service restaurant in the hotel too, in case you want dinner on the water. The rooms are basic. TV, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Small, serviceable bath but no A/C drop or exhaust fan so taking a shower in the humid Florida heat is a bit uncomfortable (esp. when you get out and try to dress or have your wife put on her makeup). Oddly, the heat lamps work just fine! We are on the second floor, overlooking the pool and marina. Ceiling is vaulted but the windows go up to the ceiling and the top 4' of windows are uncovers. Soooooooo, light in the room all night. If that bugs you get a 1st floor room. Otherwise it's nice during daylight and there's a cute balcony with chairs overlooking the pool. The front door opens to the Intracoastal. The property is tired. It's just old. But it's clean enough ( a deep cleaning inside and out on the entire property wouldn't hurt) and location is good in an area with limited options, unless you stay far away in the far less charming sections of town.. My first choice was another, newer hotel but they weren't pet friendly. This hotel took our 7lb pup but they charge $30/day. $30 for what??? Old tile floors aren't at risk from a dog, seems a bit like a profit scheme. But, no choice if we want to stay downtown. We did have one disappointing incident: One of the covered, disposable coffee cups in the room had a mass of grossness in it, no clue what it was. Looked like burnt sugar and a piece of paper.

The room decor was very beachy with high ceilings and wonderful views. It was very clean. The bed was a little soft for my taste but comfortable. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was ok.. typical hotel quality. I would recommend this hotel if you're in the area. The location is awesome!

Perfect location for the marina, we could almost see our boat. I chose to stay here because we rented a boat slip at the marina (which was great) and I didn't want to be too far away. The hotel was clean, quiet and everything is walkable. Parked the truck and trailer in the marina parking, and spent the weekend boating. Great setup for boaters. Hotel is on the water, beautiful views.

We arrived in Dunedin April 24th for 3 nights. The room was clean and spacious, however the bathroom was extremely small, not enough space for a both toothbrushes and toothpaste.There was a small counter outside the bathroom to store some personals. Unfortunate for us our room was right above the garbage dumpster, so the garbage truck arrived before sunrise and made an enormous amount of noise each morning. I will say that one of the most enjoyable things the hotel had were benches outside the rooms on the water side to relax and watch the wildlife. The hotel is also located adjacent to a great old neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed walking and looking at this neighborhood. They offer breakfast each morning, it's okay. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

My friends and i had an excellent experince at the Best Wesyern Plus Dunedin Yacht club hotel. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Our dinner day had a beautiful view outside with amazing service. This place is recommended!

Went to a wedding and stayed at this hotel. It was clean and convenient. Easy to walk to town or walk along the waterfront. Not far from Clearwater Beach and there is a ferry from the hotel to the beach--but only runs once or twice a day. The hotel had everything we wanted. It's not fancy and the amenities are limited. Breakfast was included. The pool is small and simple.

Loved the room's vaulted ceiling and natural light. Excellent location and amenities. I had a view of the ICW out my front door with a bench to sit and enjoy the views and a balcony and large windows overlooking the marina. Great walking distance to restaurants and shopping. I watched the dolphins from the city dock right outside the door. I will stay again!

Unpretentious,moderately priced. Great location. This hotel offers fantastic views , be it water or wildlife. Within walking distance to downtown Dunedin, also short drive to Clearwater Beach, Clearwater, Tampa and Largo. Only down sides were no exhaust fan in bathroom and hot tub not working. Had the pool all to ourselves almost every day, which was nice. Staff was friendly.

From the moment I walked in the door the front desk attendant was rude and confrontational. She found every reason to add additional charges to our stay. She spent most of the time talking to the other attendant worrying about another guest arriving in a few days that was receiving amenities that he didn't qualify for. This is a Best Western in Florida not the penthouse at the Fairmont in San Francisco. The rooms were dirty, the beds were small, The tile floor looked like it had never been washed. The bed scarf at the end of the bed was filthy and stained. The toilet caulking was brown and half gone. The desk chair had stains all over it. The counter in the bathroom was all scratched and I felt I had to use a Lysol wipe before I would use it. Never again will I stay at this hotel and I will tell everyone I know. It to stay here too.

Excellent hotel, the views are breathtaking. Room very spacious and 2 doors to go out was unbelievable. Loved this hotel. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Even gave suggestions on where to eat and what to do. Breakfast was good and a variety of food to choose from. Very clean eating area

We saw this hotel last year and decided this year to give it a try everything from the check in to the stay to the checkout was excellent the town is excellent the views are excellent really really relaxing !!!

We only stayed 1 night here and so wish we could've stayed longer. The hotel is right on the water & close to everything. The rooms are very big, very clean & the beds are very comfortable. The staff is great & breakfast is included with your stay. I plan to come back to Dunedin in the future & I'll definitely stay here!

Loved that in the bathroom the lever it s in the oposite side ( women will understand what is not weating your hair while trying to open/close shower) and event the heat lamp. flawlessled cleaned! amazing hotel!

We booked several months ago for a 1 week stay, requesting a pool side room (quieter, less lit by streetlights and away from the bar and live music) and had in hand a confirmation for the 7 nights as well as this request. On arrival, staff said they had upgraded us to boat view, and placed us in a room completely opposite to our request. ( you can see boats if you look past the parking lot, but for us this was a downgrade) We complained to management and eventually were offered a reduced rate. This did not , however, help with noise or light in the room. In the room there is a large triangular window above the main window, which has no curtains... so light from the sun or the streetlights all the time, led to very poor sleep. The AC was very noisy and got more loud at night and stopped working at night, needing to be shut off for a few hours.The cleaning staff were sweet, but limited english. We asked the assistant manager to ensure the perfumed cleaners (smelled like concentrated Gain laundry soap) was not used in our room, but the practice continued, requiring us to air out our room each day ourselves. The mattress was comfortable. The toilet in the room was installed between 2 walls, so a challenge to use. The plumbing is installed backwards... hot vs cold. And in the tub, the shower head is at the opposite end to the faucets, so you must get wet when turning the shower on. We had heard that the hotel had been upgraded to a Best Western Plus, and so had expectations in line with that, but found the room shabby, with peeling paint, broken light fixtures in the hall and 15 of the 20 pool lounge chairs stained and broken. There is no shade at the pool and only 2 umbrellas, but both were broken. We were able to prop one up against the railing to get some shade on the one day we used the pool area. The breakfast room is too small for the number of people using is. Mediocre food. (we wonder why, when strawberries are in season at the time of our visit that we see not a one?) The coffee machine was sometimes broken, but the coffee watery and undrinkable when it wasn't. After giving it a try for 2 days, we went elsewhere just for a decent cup of coffee and a muffin. Overall, a good location for this town, but with poor sleep and light and air quality, not a good experience at all. Needless to say we won't be back.

Friendly Knowledgeable front desk staff made our stay in Dunedin a good time. The view from the room was spectacular nice breeze through out ifiypu leave doors openp. YouY just can't beat being on the water. Rooms clean and spacious, really a good value.

Over the years this hotel has been our go to for our base for watching spring training it is however getting fairly expensive for a two week stay . It is close enough to walk to the game and to multiple brewpubs that are in the town of Dunedin .

Our room was over looking the marina and we could walk to a happy hour and all restaurants were within walking distance which was great The hotel reminded us of being in the keys It was a pleasant experience

BW Plus Yacht Harbor Inn is an excellent place to stay when you want to enjoy all that Dunedin has to offer without getting in your car. You can easily walk from your hotel room to wonderful restaurants, breweries, shops, parks, bike trails, and farmer's markets/special music events. The hotel is right at the marina so you can step outside to sit by the water and watch the boats come and go. If you want to venture off in your car you are just minutes from wonderful beaches, sponge docks, river walks, and pretty much anything else Florida has to offer. This was our second year in a row staying in this hotel and we've not been disappointed either time. We'll be back again next year!

Nice folks that worked the property. Old property that needed upgrades. 1. Lowboy toilets that made it tough for old people. 2. Little or no view of harbor 3. Poor parking as they had to share with restaurant. 4. window at top of room needed a blind as our room was very bright at night

Situated right in the harbour of Dunedin is this great hotel. We stayed 4 nights on the top floor in a spacious modern room with a furnished private balcony with views across the car park to the harbour and beyond. Good buffet breakfast is provided. All staff very helpful and friendly particularly reception. Dunedin is unlike most American towns is so much as you can park up and walk to nearby restaurants/shops/ parks/ and almost all other facilities. In fact the only day I used my car was to go to Busch Gardens for the day. Really enjoyed our visit!!

We had an upper floor room. It was so noisy. We had very loud neighbours beside us and called the front desk and got no answer. A couple nights later new neighbours around us and it was still very noisy you could hear everything (like the person singing at 3am in another room). The beds were not on proper frames and were very noisy and uncomfortable. We did call the front desk twice about the noise and didn't get an answer either time once during the day and once at night. The only positive was the breakfast they really tried to make sure it was re-stocked and fresh. Upon check-out the disappointment in service continued when we told them about the noise and they asked if we called to which we replied yes twice with no answer. The response we received was sorry. No attempt to make it right, no discount on our stay. Would not stay here again.

Stayed here last week of Jan 2019. Staff were very nice and helpful. Hotel is in a wonderful location at the marina and very close to good restaurants and 7 breweries! Hotel lobby and breakfast area were clean. Breakfast was good. Room was on 2nd floor with balcony and view of marina. Beds were good. Room was generally clean but bathroom needs some updating. There was mold in the shower and the shower rod was loose. We reported these upon checkout and were thanked for our report. I would recommend this hotel - besides, we didn't see many other hotels in Dunedin - especially for the price we paid.

the location is great , big clean room with bright colors right at harbor. Its' a very short walk to town. The bed was comfortable with a nice mini fridge, microwave and sink area. The is a fish store nearby with casual fresh food.

I was pleasantly surprised at the great location and wide variety of things to do within walking distance. The marina and deli were wonderful as well as the onsite restaurant. The only down side was that during January when it is slow, most businesses closed earlier than their posted times, which is totally understandable. Would definitely recommend this place. When booking, make sure to compare prices!!!

This is an older hotel, but they have done a nice job of keeping the rooms updated. The location (close to restaurants and downtown Dunedin and right on the marina!!!!!) could not be beat. It was a good price for the property and amenities.

Stayed here close to two weeks. When pulling up it's so impressive. Your at the mercy of the staff. There is an extremely rude person there. Retraining or firing is in order. Her insults to so many people including myself is outrageous. Did let the management know. He explained he's new but even after that did not address the situation. Frieda another front desk person is all the good things you would hope for in staying at a hotel. She only works part-time I believe. Lost a full day in changing my room due to the fact the door did not lock, Hot water runs when using cold knob, many other issues as well. Every room needs up dating. And after requesting a room not near dogs I could wake up to barking next door. The staff member could care less about that problem as well. Just so disgusted by the lack of caring. Perhaps the new manager should be retrained as well from what I witnessed from him.Yes I should have cut my losses and leave but could not find place to stay.

We make it a point to spend our wedding anniversaries at this Best Western. The staff all make it a point to make our stay wonderful . For us it is a place with great memories. the location is great. On the water, what more could you ask for. Close to all the local events. We will be back again and again.

What a great property. Everything you want to feel at home while on the road. And Dunedin was much more of a destination than I knew. Shops, restaurants and music. The farmers market was fantastic. Honeymoon beach was a pleasure. Cant wait to return for longer and go to Caledesi

I am an employee of Best Western, so I know the brand standards and had high expectations. This location met them all. Such lovely views, staff was great. Carol and Melanie at check in were so friendly, and we had a few questions throughout the night and Carol answered them all with a great attitude and made us feel so welcome. We almost skipped going in the hot tub because I read a review that it wasnt hot...glad we didnt skip it, it was boiling the way a hot tub should be and a great end to the evening, so good we went back the next morning after breakfast! Was slightly disappointed that the balconies dont face the bay, only the marina and parking lot but it didnt matter because the view was still amazing and there was live music coming from the bar/restaurant that we just loved. Room was clean and I loved the no carpet, here in Florida carpets can be an issue. Bed was amazingly comfortable, had a great nights sleep. And location, location, location so much to do in less than a 1/4 mile, so many shops and restaurants and a great ice cream place right on the corner by the hotel. It was to grab a cone and walk on the pier. Will definatly be back and highly recommend. Also want to compliment the breakfast attendant, didnt get her name but spoke with her briefly, she was efficient and hard working with a great attitude and friendly smile.

Very nice location. Also has nice size suite with two king size beds. Great for family. Breakfast offerings nice. Sometimes parking is difficult given the valet parking at the restaurant reserves so many parking spaces for their guests. Only one handicapped parking space available. Overall rooms are nice location is great.

The main reason we chose this hotel was for the beautiful location and the fact it had a heated pool and hot tub, which was mentioned by the front desk staff at check in. We were so excited to use these after a long day of driving. We checked in and headed out to a nearby Mexican restaurant for supper. Got back to the hotel, changed into our swin suits and headed down to the pool/hot tub for a soak and swim. Stepped into the hot tub to find it frigid, and the pool no warmer. The front desk staff was informed, and nothing was done. No one came out to see if there was an issue that could be easily solved. We were very disappointed as we had not been told, a mere hour before at check in, that there was an issue. We would have found a different hotel with a useable pool and hot tub if we would have known.Other than that, enjoyed the location, room was clean, bed was comfortable .

Clean, comfortable, beautiful view, very accommodating. Fantastic employees who take pride in their jobs. Front desk was wonderful in a late checkout and directions back home. Breakfast in the hotel, lunch at BonAppetit and dinner at Cafe Alfresco is a perfect way to go. We will definitely be back.

I stayed here recently for work. Nice place, nothing overly fancy but a real neat place with a great view. Very close to downtown Dunedin which is a nice, old-style Florida village. My only complaint was hearing the couple in the room below me. They obviously had not seen each other for a long time...

The views are amazing, the room has tile floors so it smells clean house keeping is great,quick and efficient , the bed is the most comfortable bed ever in a hotel room the pool and restaurants are close the pier is there it's all close it's a great hotel!!!! Just wish there were laundry facilities for longer stays .

We were attracted to this hotel because of its location and restaurant but found the reality sadly lacking. Firstly their website refers to rooms with Bay or Marina views which is somewhat misleading. The Marina view is the other side of a large car park whilst the bay view seems only to be available from the Walkways to the rooms. Access to rooms is external and rooms are smallish with dated decor. The bathroom in our room was tiny, lights not working and broken toilet. The bathroom still had red heating lamps (in Florida!) which shows the age of the property. On our first night we were awoken by noisy people sitting on their balcony and despite two telephone calls to Reception the noise didn't cease until after midnight. A complaint the following morning to an unhelpful and unsympathetic (and hard of hearing?) Receptionist left us with no alternative other than to check out early. If you need a modern room try the Holiday Inn or the new Marriott both of which are stilll within walking distance of the shops/restaurants and avoid this place.

Wow! What a wonderful hotel this is. Right next to the water with one of the best restaurants on the water attached! This hotel was quiet, clean and very very spacious. The cost was very affordable and they provided breakfast. I traveled with a friend and we both could not get over how wonderful this place was. It is located at the end of the beautiful little town of Dunedin and a 2 minute walk to the pier on the Ocean!!! We also walked right into town for shopping and restaurants and the location is fabulous if you are visiting Tampa and Clearwater Beach. I would definitely return to this hotel.

We've stayed at many Best Western Hotels. This is the BEST one. Complimentary breakfast, WiFi and Parking. Clean room and comfortable beds. Front desk person very friendly. Servers at the breakfast very friendly too! What more can you ask for? We also had great bay view. Love this hotel!

We were only there overnight but enjoyed our stay. The hotel has been renovated and so everything is new (Ice makers...refrigerator in room TV's etc.) The room was overlooking the pool - go for one overlooking the Marina. the rooms are back door into the room with a door on the other side of the room out onto your own balcony. there is an outside corridor on the north side of the room where you can sit and view the Bay and water.... very soothing and quiet in the evening. Full breakfast in the lobby area.... also very good.

Nice location and clean. However, the worst management I have experienced in some time. Over a three day period, we had to fight over getting commitment to a reservation we made and confirmed, trying to move us to another room mid stay, refusing to come up and fix a door that would not lock, and other assorted items. The Holiday Inn Express is nicer, cheaper and more professionally run.

Delicious food, beautiful scenery and personable waiters. Prices are a little high, but worth every penny. The outside dining is the only way to go! Trust the recommendations of the staff on your selection...they really know their menu.

My husband and I got ready at the Best Western Yacht Harbor Inn on the day of our wedding. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were so spacious! It was the most relaxing atmosphere! The location was perfect for our Honeymoon Island wedding and walking distance to the post-wedding party in downtown Dunedin! The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious! Overall, great experience and we will most definitely visit the hotel again!

Excellent location next to small tourist area with restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Great view of the sunset. Happy hour at the lounge. Restaurant was a bet expensive. Room was very clean and modern. Nice seating on both sides of the room. Views of the yacht club and the bay area.

This place is a gem. Beautiful view of the water from my rooms outdoor walkway with benches for sitting to watch the fish jump.Large pool area. Rooms are extremely clean and bright. Entire staff made us feel special. It was really great to find a dog friendly place. Looking forward to our next stay.

We stopped for one night on our honeymoon and the room was absolutely amazing. Will definitely go back again.The staff was friendly and the hotel was walking distance to the downtown area. Truly a great place to stay.

Very good experience. All of the rooms can be entered from the parking lot side and the balcony or patio side. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the water and/or the marina. We had booked a room on the first floor but after checking in and going to our room, we realized we would prefer to be on the second floor for a better view of the water from the balcony. The friendly front desk clerk was able to switch us. A few minutes walk to the fun downtown of Dunedin, with shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Not a fancy place but very clean with friendly, helpful staff. Excellent restaurant on the premises.

Footsteps from Dunedins marina and charmng downtown.built right out onto the pier with a promenade right out your door overlooking the gulf. We watched a dolphin playing fifty feet from us for a solid half hour.outdoor bar and resyaurant steps away.front desk very helpful. Would definitely syay here again.

We wanted to take a trip for labor day weekend and things get booked early so I looked in June and found this hotel and the pictures looked really nice. I have stayed at several Best Western Plus hotels before and found them very nice for the price. When we were driving in it was late at night and I had never heard of this town of Dunedin and did not know what to expect before we hit the town the way we came in looked a little ghetto so I was worried but when we got there I was pleasantly surprised. When we woke up in the morning and started exploring we loved it and wanted to go back because we didn't have enough time in 2 days to do much. The only complaint I had about the hotel and it only bothered me because I like it real dark to sleep is there is a triangle window on the corner at the top of the ceiling that the parking lot lights shine in at night and there is no way to block it we were on the 2nd floor though so I am thinking they probably don't have those on the 1st floor. The doors did stick a bit to but that was because of the swelling from being on the water. The views were beautiful from both sides of the room you had a balcony with the marina view and when you went out your door they had a view of the bay and they had benches you could sit on. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for two nights. Our room was comfortable, clean and unique. The only thing that kept me from giving a perfect score were our neighbors that sounded like they were in the room with us. Since it's an older property, I expected the walls to be thicker. Maybe the connecting door made a difference. The breakfast was nice. There was a pancake machine, bacon and sausage, mini omelets plus fruit, cereal and oatmeal. The staff even got my daughter Almond milk from the back. The property was walking distance to everything. We would come back again.

We stayed 2 nights & fell in love with the area. The hotel & town are very dog friendly. We had great views out to the bay from the front door & Marina & partial bay off our balcony. painting/renovations were being done in the room next door & we did not hear a sound. Breakfast was good as there were hot options as well as the usual fare offered at most free breakfast hotels. Pool looked refreshing & clean. Traveling with dogs did not allow us to try the pool as we never leave them unattended in the room & it was too hot to bring them out with us. I was surprised at some of the reviews regarding pet deposits. If your dog or cat damages a room, you should pay for damages! I inspected the room at check in & found no damage from prior guests. I requested an inspection at check out & had no problem obtaining a refund on my deposit. We will definitely be back.

I brought many concerns to the manager and she kept making excuses. Parking lot shared with bar/restaurant leads to no parking spaces and very noisy! Mold and peeling paint in bathroom. Bright lights from parking lot coming into upper floor rooms due to no window treatment. Rust and mold under bed.

We really liked this hotel. We will stay here again. The room was clean and had a back door out to a long covered area looking out into the bay. It had a small refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was included in the price of our room. It was very good. The pool was clean and refreshing.

Such a beautiful place to stay. The food areas are beautiful over looking the water. The views are awesome. If you own a boat you can just dock, hop off and enjoy a nice stay. It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

We were in town for a long weekend in early July for a wedding. This hotel was exactly what we needed for this trip. The room was nice and the view was really pretty. It was in a great location if you are wanting to visit the local shops since they are walking distance. We were driving to other locations quite a bit so the traffic was a little annoying getting out of the place since it is very congested trying to get out left. We LOVED the little café right across the street, Olde Bay Café and ate there 3 times during our 4 day trip. The breakfast was pretty good for a continental breakfast and we only had issues getting the hot food one day when we showed up towards the end of the time. They did get the food re-filled as fast as they could though. We did use the pool one day and it was very nice and not busy at all. The only thing we didn't really like about the hotel was how they reserve the parking spots (they put cones out) for the restaurant that is onsite. That was very annoying since we paid to stay there and had to fight to get a spot near our room. It was fine during the day, but if you wanted to leave in the evenings you had to cross your fingers that you would be able to park anywhere near your room when you returned. I am sure that we were not the only ones that did not like that. Overall, we really liked this hotel and would definitely stay again if we visit Dunedin again.

Albeit an older facility, it has been exceptionally well maintained. Room was spacious and absolutely spotless, and it's location to downtown Dunedin is perfect if you're visiting for the day or a week. Would certainly stay here again.

Loved the hotel and location. However there were quite a few dogs, and barking during the early morning hours was a problem. Wish we had been told in advance that we were placed in a room next to a dog room.

Room is average, water pressure a bit low and the bathroom fixtures are in need of some TLC. However, the location cannot be beat. It is in walking distance to all the spots in town, including seven breweries. The view from the deck is absolutely fantastic. The cons: Too few rooms with King Size beds. Each time we try to book there, they only have Queens available. The lights from outside will shine in your room. There is nothing you can do to stop it. It actually got darker in our room once the sun rose because the automatic lights shut off.

This is a great older hotel that has been kept up well! The room we stayed in was large and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and water pressure was great! We checked in late at night and the front desk clerk was incredibly helpful in getting us all set up in a nice hotel. It's right on the water too so that's a nice perk!

The views were spectacular. The rooms are large, this is an older hotel but kept updated and found nothing to complain about. They have several pet friendly rooms. The pool was clean and kept up and was large. Across from the pool is a marina where there are boats for charter. They have a high end restaurant called Bon Appetite and an outside bar. There is a Cafe across the street at the marina for a more relaxing atmosphere and price range. The rooms have 2 doors, one to where your car is parked by the pool and the back door opens to a large covered hallway where your overlooking the anchorage and the best sunrises and sunsets. The town is walking distance to galleries and lots of restaurants and bars, loved the feel of the town. You can get in your car and drive 10 minutes to Honeymoon Key, a state park with a beautiful white sandy beach. We will definitely stay again if in this area.

We were trying to get a group rate for a family event we needed to attended and it was a total nightmare. Before I called I was told this hotel had a reputation of being rude. I figured that would not bother me because we had liked the location and how hard could it be to make a reservation. Boy was I ever wrong!!! We were quoted a reduced rate by the agent at the hotel and it kept changing. After "two" hours of trying to make reservations thru the hotel and central registration (Each hotel is owned separately so central's hands are tied trying to match rate that was initially quoted.) the majority of our group went to another hotel. After trying to speak with the manager about a group rate I was told he was leaving for the day and to call back in the morning or go to anther hotel if their rate was less). The hotel reservationist gave us an hour to call back if we were to make a reservation with the discount. Rooms were very nice and clean with views of marina and bay. Beds were very comfortable. Walls are thin so you could hear noise from either side but not annoying. There is only one elevator on the far side of the hotel. If you are handicapped or elderly and cannot lug suitcases up the stairs you would need a first floor room or one close to the elevator on the second floor. We enjoyed our stay despite the reservation hassle and it was disappointing the fact our family was split up by staying in another hotel. You can't beat the location. It is perfect if you are in Dunedin. Bon Appetit restaurant next door is excellent with great views and food and service and of course very convenient. Don't take a room on first floor next to restaurant as it is noisy and you would be getting the smell of the restaurant dumpster which was very unpleasant..

This place is very lovely. Our rooms was quite large and creatively decorated. We had a kitchenette. From our room, one side of the room, we saw the lake and the other side of the room the Yachts on the bay via the parking lot. Lower levels have private sitting area facing the parking lot and the Bay. The staff was very courteous. The room was very clean.

We loved the hotel great room great breakfast. The hotel is in Hart of the town lots of places to eat and very close to honeymoon island and beach. The hotel pool is very good in fact the whole experience was fabulous good service clean room and friendly staff and service

I made a reservation in March 2018 for Memorial Day weekend stay. Prepaid for king room overlooking marina and noted I had one dog in accordance with the published pet friendly policy. I called the Monday before to clarify parking and confirm room only to be rudely told I had to accept a queen room on ground floor by pool because of the dog. The nightly pet rate was quoted higher than posted rate and the desk manager refused to discount for the room change. She was offended I booked thru 3rd party. After seeking help from TripAdvisor and Expedia I got the room reservation corrected only to be challenged again upon trying to check in. Thankfully I had my printed receipt and was able to get the king room I reserved and paid for months earlier. The staff said pets were not permitted in the upper rooms overlooking marina but the adjacent and lower level rooms all had dogs so I think the issue was Expedia booking. The room was bright and clean as pictured. The door to the balcony was stuck and presented a possible fire escape hazard. It was quiet enough for sleeping. Parking was fine and the neighboring public park and shopping areas were quite nice. Great options in walking distance. Dunedin is wonderful but I will not stay here again given poor customer service.

Our room was super clean nice, area, great location , bed excellent, size of room super nice looks like a cabaña, high roof , temperature cold and nice I will be back soon, Hot breakfast !!too sadly my trip was short

I was really excited to stay at this hotel because of the view I was supposed to get, but it was kind of lackluster. The view out my front door was great, but no place for me to sit. The view from my balcony was mainly of the parking lot. I was disappointed in this. When I went to check in, I wanted to use cash but they required a 250 deposit as well. Since I had booked two rooms, this was not an option. Therefore, I paid with my debit card but still had to pay a 100 deposit for both rooms, even though the first night plus tax for both rooms was already charged to the card. The room was clean but kind of small. The bathroom didn't have much space at all. We had to keep going to the front desk to get an extra towel because they kept giving us three towels instead of the four that we needed. The breakfast was one of the better ones I have had at any hotel and I looked forward to that every morning. I don't know if I would stay here again, but I don't know if I wouldn't either.

Book via HOTELS.COM; 2-night stay, pay full amt up-front in cash; THEN they insist on a $250 'deposit' in case of 'incidentals'?!?! Naturally, we didn't pay this. Only after calling for the manager (off property) was this somewhat resolved. The policy & staff's attitude clearly were, 'get the MONEY'; not, 'help the guest'. I won't be staying here again.

Clean, comfortable, bright, exotic, gem in Downtown Dunedin: this resort has been renovated, redecorated, updated, and revalued. The owners show they care with the attention to details from everything to the tiles on the floor to the organic shampoo in the bathroom. There was even a heat lamp in my bath suite! Then, the breakfast was real! So after a good night's comfortable rest, you could make your own pancakes, grab a cold yogurt, or select real eggs and bacon! The view from the breakfast bar gave to the Marina—just gorgeous. The pool was open and clean too. And they gave me two towels! ;) The resort is walking distance to small shops and many restaurants. There is a memorial park across the street too. I enjoyed Dunedin bc of this resort! And it is close to many Florida State Parks, Clearwater, and other cities on the Gulf so you can beach-it one day. Such an amazing location. So close to downtown Dunedin and a short drive to Clearwater Beach and Honeymoon Island. Wonderful views from rear of room and if course the nearby pier. Rooms are very spacious. Front desk, breakfast staff and housekeeping were very friendly. Special thanks to Freyda and Silvana who were so nice to our two little girls. Will definitely return!

We were sorry we had only one night to spend here. The location is perfect, for parking your car at the hotel and leaving it there until you are ready to check out. You are in easy walking distance to incredible restaurants, a little park, the fishing pier and the shops of charming downtown Dunedin. We had a second floor room which opened to a balcony overlooking the yacht club and the front door opened out to a balcony with stunning bay views. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom adequate. Having a fridge and microwave was also great. Breakfast was standard best western fare. It was lovely to wake to the sound of the birds and the sunrise was lovely. Walk to the end of the pier or dine in the hotels restaurant Bon Appetit for sunset experiences. You will love this hotel.

My wife and I stayed here for a 3 night getaway. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful with no wait to check in. Our room was exactly expected. It was decent size with great views. The balcony side of the room looks across the parking lot to a marina. When you walk out the front door, we looked out at some private piers and in to the bay. The bathroom was a little small, but served its purpose. The included breakfast was decent but not great, but after all - it's a FREE breakfast. If you do stay here I would absolutely recommend dining at the restaurant attached to the hotel called Bob appetit. The view and the food were both amazing.

Wifi didn't work for majority of stay and tub was very slow to drain. Check in staff was extremely helpful. Still my favorite Best Western. A little disappointed in not getting my Gold status upgrade or gift,

Heavenly view and experience. We consider this hotel a home away from home. The bike ride along the St. Joseph sound and enjoyment of the seafood and wine at the Marina just make the trip complete. We were 100% satisfied.

I recently stayed at this location for a short girls trip, just one night. I really liked the location of this hotel. It is within walking distance of multiple restaurants and bars and a quick drive to the beach. We were able to see the sunset from the water out front of the hotel which was nice. The breakfast had a nice selection and the staff was kind. I only give 4 stars because our room had a very large window at the top of the wall that we couldn't cover and it let quite a bit of light in at night which made it hard for some people in our party to sleep. If you are not bothered by lights at night then this wouldn't be an issue. If you prefer a dark room I would just bring a sleep mask. Overall we liked our room and the hotel and do plan on coming back.

It was a noisy hotel. The rooms open to a back promenade. People visit, smoke and party out there. It would be nice if you came with your own group. Otherwise you are pretty much up until they leave. The parking is non existent when the restaurant is open. The valet parking is apparently the hotel parking lot. The front desk will find you a spot if you can't park your car. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom dated. Awkward steps into the rooms from outside. The price wasn't bad, the location is good. I was out and about most days, made coming back to a racket not so great. But if you are active and you like staying out late, good place to go, especially couples.

I was charged 200 per night. I was offered a room for half price if I extend 1 night. Just give the better price from the begining. Your offer made think I was over charged. The rooms are not at all sound proof so it would be difficult to recommend.

My sister,my niece and I stayed here in March and took the two bedroom suite. The room itself is nice but the bathroom in the largest bedroom has a toilet with no door. It has a tub but no shower. The other bathroom is in hallway and has a shower. It was very inconvenient,we don't take baths and need privacy. This is a stupid setup. We went back on April 13th and took two rooms this trip,we were traveling with our husbands. The rooms are tired and the cleaning staff is below average. Besides the location it's just okay.

Customer focus is not their focus. They charged the room to two separate credit cards because they said the first one didn't go through. We then had to hassle to get the one charge credited, including the staff implying that we were lying about the double charge. They also put an outrageous hold on the card for damages which according to them stays for a week after your departure.

Overall nice place to stay, no issues. Good breakfast, pool was okay. Rooms were huge, best feature. Front and back door, large bedroom, separate bathroom and all good quality. Nice to have outside seating area at the room for later evening relaxing

Nice hotel, big room, very clean and comfortable. If you need darkness to sleep well, bottom floor would be best as the upstairs rooms have an uncovered window near the ceiling and lights from the parking lot shone in all night. Breakfast was the usual, it was okay. Location was very good, on a marina with boats on one side, the gulf on the other. Too bad the balcony us not on the gulf side ! Main st, shops, restaurants, Pinellas trail all within a couple of blocks. Easy ride to Tarpon or Clearwater. Would stay again in a heartbeat !

We arrived early and our room was ready. The staff allowed us to check in so nice of them. Staff provided a walking map or the town witch was very helpful and helped. Enjoyed the spa tub in our room nice and deep, plenty of hot water. The shower lacked pressure. Everything was nice and clean, the room was very big with high ceilings caused some acoustic issues with lack of rugs. Breakfast left something to be desired. Bon Appetite however was soooo very good.

Pros: This hotel is in a perfect location to explore the quaint town of Dunedin since all of the cute shops and restaurants are walkable from here. The water views are beautiful from the balconies and walkways and the rooms have been recently renovated. The cleaning staff are very accommodating and friendly. The nearby restaurant Bon Appetit has excellent food, views and service. If only they ran the attached hotel! Cons: We checked in after a stressful hospital visit only to be met with possibly the rudest front desk attendant I've ever encountered. Kay met us with no smile, greeting or welcome whatsoever and only coldly asked our name. When I told her we had a reservation she rolled her eyes and stated “I know”. The next time we encountered Kay we asked for our room to be cleaned since we kept missing the cleaning staff. She immediately argued with us and blamed us for having a sign on the door. The gracious cleaning woman gladly offered to go clean the room immediately while Kay continued to rudely argue. When we checked out she grabbed our room key in a dramatic gesture as if she was put out. I was actually shocked to see this woman's behavior so blatantly in a major hotel. Why is this person in hospitality? We found ourselves avoiding her like the plague and seeking out Freyda and Silvanna who were both helpful and sweet. Additionally the doors of the hotel are warped which makes it tough to close them so you will hear them slamming loudly all over the building. The floors looked clean but when walking around in my bare feet, they were black on the bottoms. Floors should be mopped not just swept. When the hotel is busy, you will hear your neighbors very clearly through the thin walls. In conclusion I would not recommend this hotel. If you want friendliness, comfort and peace, check into an Airbnb.

Nice hotel property but not at the Best Western quality I expect in staff and atmosphere. Great location, however the prices at the restaurant are astronomical, the only deal was at the bar outside on Sunday for a $2.68 12oz beer on happy hour. The breakfast is sub-pare, the coffee is Nescafe instant from a machine (no fresh brew here). Also the staff attitude was off-putting, seemed distant and just there to flip the rooms as fast as possible.

The front dest was very confused when I wanted to use my points called BW CS and they told me to contact Hotel. They charged me a $100. deposit which no one told me about just saw on my CC the next day. The bathroom was full of mold and dead spiders in all corners of the room ceiling and floor. I have pictures to prove this. Overall I would not waste my time there, cutting grass at 9 am Saturday morning REALLY.

Excellent location, staff and amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast was terrific - we didn't have to leave in the morning to find breakfast which we loved.

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Asked for a quiet room on my reservation which was made more than a month in advance. Stayed in room 111, close to the restaurant. Room was nice, bed comfortable and bathroom small. The cool thing about this hotel is it is right on the water. One side of the room gave onto parking lot with a sitting area with marina in background. The other side door opens to a large deck area where you can view amazing sunsets. Turns out that our room was very noisy. There is a restaurant and bar at the end of property. We did not go but it did look inviting. Every morning starting at 730 am, the garbage truck and deliveries started at the restaurant. We were there on vacation so waking up to beeping trucks backing up is not our thing. There was also construction by our room so more noise. Not a quiet place. The breakfast had more selection then most place. Because we were there in March, the hotel was busy and breakfast items were getting depleted fast. They need a full time breakfast attendant during their busy time. The pancake machine was broken 2 days in a row (no excuse for that). You can walk to many restaurants from this hotel and to nearby downtown Dunedin.

Three stays totalling 36 nts in deluxe king, 2nd floor. LOVES: on the water; close to town centre; 1 mile walk to Stadium; great staff, breakfasts, room decor, space, kitchenette (sink, micro, fridge). We buy a few dishes at dollar store.

This hotel is not your typical Best Western. First of all it is located right on a marina with a fabulous waterfront restaurant. Secondly, the rooms are tiled as opposed to carpeted. The high ceiling rooms are very big and roomy and include a wet bar. My only gripe would be that the balconies are facing the wrong direction. I love that pancake machine for their free breakfast, but unfortunately it wasn't working well this go-round. Be sure to belly up to that bay front bar and a beautiful sunset if you can't afford a room right here. We walked into lobby on the way to dinner and the manager beat the street price on the Internet by 50 bucks a night! Bravo BW Bravo!

My guests and I stayed in the two room suite in Dunedin. We were not satisfied with the bathroom layout. The master bathroom was completely open to the room making it difficult to use with privacy. There was also no shower in the master so all guests had to share one shower which was very inconvenient when we thought we would have two showers to share. With the high cost of the room per night, we had expected to have two functioning bathrooms.

My husband and I stayed here due to its proximity to places we were visiting. Also, we LOVE Bon Appetit restaurant, so it seemed like a good idea. The only elevator in this motel is next to the front desk, then you need to walk outside to get to your room....it is hot and unpleasant. The free breakfast is very limited, and the area where it is located is minimally air conditioned. The bathrooms are VERY small, and the bath products substandard, The tissue is like sandpaper. Beds are a bit soft, but OK. Only one air conditioning unit cools the whole room, so it takes a while to cool it off when your arrrive. Very few amenities, but free Wifi is nice. I doubt we would stay here again.

It is difficult to imagine a better hotel in a more beautiful setting with such such an awful staff. Starting with the person on the phone when making the reservation to the front desk clerk checking us in to the desk clerk checking us out, it seems that everyone there hates their jobs and hates tourists. Aside from the rudeness on the telephone, to the desk clerk there was absolutely no friendliness, customer service or warmth. The desk clerk made absolutely no mention of my Platinum status with BW and no offers of incentives that go with the program. Aside from the staff the hotel is an amazing place, with incredible rooms in a a beautiful and convenient setting. Hard to believe management has such a great asset with such uncaring employees. If you can tolerate the surly staff it is a great place.

4 of us so rented the only 2 bedroom which is above the lobby. The room was enormous and both bedrooms had closing doors big living room and kitchenette. Very clean and nice would stay again for sure.

I paid on line for a suit with hot tub. Got up to my room and saw it was missing went to front desk. I was told the room was rented out. Okay can I get credited for the difference. I was told I would have to talk to a manager in the morning. A minute later the front deck called and he said the manager said to take care of me and moved me to a two room suit with hot tub. The room was great. I would stay in it again in a heart beat and would be leaving a pretty good review except for my check out experience. I went to the desk checking out of room --. I was then questioned what was wrong with the first room. The building was great the staff was frustrating.

Hotel is just two stories so not really over crowded. Large room with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Rm. was expensive, but it was prime season. Bare floors which did not provide any insulation for noise created in room next to ours. Front desk rep was very nice. Complimentary breakfast, which served our needs. Toilet location could be a problem for lg. person. View of marina on one side & bay view on other was great! Great location within walking distance to tour the quaint town, which has good food and pubs! Definitely recommend.

The hotel is in a great location, on the water and one block from the cute little walkable town with lots of pubs, cafes, and restaurants. I recommend a second floor room nearer the water, for the views. Some people may not like the fact that it overlooks the marina and parking lot but I prefer that because you can watch all the activities going on. The room was very spacious and has a nice TV, good wifi, a fridge and a microwave. The beds were comfortable. One issue is that the large cathedral ceiling creates a huge window at the top with no coverings, so it stays fully light all night! The bathroom is quite small and it is far from the HVAC so it's cold when it's chilly outside, but we turned on the tanning light. The breakfast was complimentary and it had hot good, but the overall quality of the food was pretty fair. We like the fact that this property is pet friendly, even though we can't bring our pets because we flew to Tampa. The best part of this is the location, location, location! Also, there are very few options in Dunedin for hotel style lodging. I recommend this property and we will likely return.

I only stayed one night for a workshop and picked the room with the large Jacuzzi. Well worth the extra $$. However, I know the place is on the water and at the marina, but I still felt it a bit overpriced. The toilet was crammed into an alcove where I could barely maneuver. I'm not a small person, but anyone much larger would have a difficult time. The bathroom still retained its tub/shower combo. A better use of space (since there's a Jacuzzi) would be to take out the tub, make more room for the toilet area, and just have a shower in the bathroom. One thing I appreciated was the proximity to all the shops and restaurants. Oh, the folks at the front desk might want to acknowledge a guest when they first walk up to the counter, rather than having the guest wait while the staff reads a piece of paper. I guess whatever was on the paper must have been incredibly important, more so than the paying guest standing right in front of them. A simple "I'll be right with you!" acknowledgement would have been polite.

We stayed here for a two night romantic getaway recently and had a wonderful time. The rooms are very charming. The hotel itself is somewhat dated but very clean. The location is awesome centrally located in the middle of Dunedin. Walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants. The wife and I ate at the hotel one evening and had a wonderful experience. We are from Florida and must say that even with kids why would anyone stay in Clearwater when you could stay here just 5 miles away. Take a trip to Honeymoon Island and you have a great beach that feels very private.

My wife and I decided to travel to Dunedin, Florida to visit my son and family. My wife researched on the internet and found the Best Western Yacht Harbor Inn. She loved how everything was in walking distance of the Hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the Restaurant, Bon Appetit'! The Mailhot's will definitely visit here again!!

Hotel location is excellent. rooms are big and nice, bed not comfortable though. Check in staff not too friendly, not even smile once. we were there for 2 nights and had the "same" thing for breakfast both days.

Very nice hotel, great service, nice staff and convenient parking and overall good value. Excellent surrounding shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. This is our fouth stay at this hotel in 2017 and we plan to continue to stay here during future visits.

The location was very nice many restaurants and shops the town is very cute. The hotel itself was adequate a marina view and the bay view if you leave your front door open. The breakfast was ok but the coffee was terrible.

This hotel had great service, breakfast and view! We loved being right on the pier and within walking distance to downtown. Bathrooms were quite small, but the great breakfast and staff made up for it. And besides a hot tub that wasn't working, we would stay here again.

Excellent place to get away from the rat race. You can stay at the hotel and walk to the local shops for eats and drinks and never even start the car. Looking forward to returning with the kids next time. Drive to local attractions is quite pleasant at the right times of day.

Hotel is in a wonderful convenient location. The staff is super friendly and the hotel is very clean. Breakfast was a bonus. Clean and nice amenities. I would visit here again! You can't beat the views from this hotel of the inland water ways! The hotel's pool was nice and clean and plenty of chairs. The décor in the room is updated and the tile floor is awesome for a hotel room. Plenty of friendly folks vacationing and welcomes dogs. Consider this hotel when you visit this area. Restaurants, shops and bars all in walking distance which is great!

We didn't stay at the property, but rented a 4 seater bicycle cart from them. While they did warn us it was a good workout, we had no idea it was such a tough slug. We were a senior, an eight year old and a 40 something. They should have talked us out of it. The service was terrible...poor directions, no instructions, and we were left on our own to figure out how to get the contraption off a high curb and out of the parking lot. It was $35 for an hour and we were back within 20 minutes because we couldn't work the darn thing. No one told us what to do with the bike on our return, so we brought it to the front door of the hotel. The staff were pretty annoyed that they would have to return it up onto the curb where the others were stored. We told them they didn't give us proper directions or instructions and they said it wasn't up to them as they don't own the company, just rent on their behalf, so they don't have to provide service. If I walk in to a Best Western, sign a form provided by a hotel employee and pay the hotel employee, in my mind, as a consumer, I have just rented from Best Western and it's on your team to properly represent your brand. A poor $35 rental experience just bought you a poor perception from this consumer and I won't consider your property in the future.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at the Yacht Harbor Inn. The room was clean and we loved the charming décor! Our private balcony had a great view of the marina as we watched the sunset. I would love to return to this wonderful little town and would most definitely stay at the Inn again!

I find this hotel to be consistently excellent. Easy access to Honeymoon Island and perfect for a pedestrian weekend. They offer dog friendly rooms and the town is very dog friendly. Bike rentals at hotel make it easy to get around.

What a very special part of America for a hotel to be located. At the very end of a very quaint Main Street of the town of Dunedin, Florida. The location of this hotel is amazing; charters and boat activities right across the street. Park your car for a chill for a couple days and enjoy the easy walk up and down Dunedin. We were very impressed with the housekeeping staff; my room was spotless and fresh every morning of my four days spent here. I got there on a Tuesday and the Bon Appetit restaurant was GREAT and lively; then we went back Thursday and the bartender ignored us for ten minutes (and there were only two others at the very quiet bar) so we went up the street to Tony's Pizza. We went back Friday for our last meal despite the rude bartender and the Butternut squash was delicious but the Happy Hour fired bologna sandwich somewhat contradicts the theme of this very pricey restaurant and it was super gross and thick bologna. The cheese plate with apricots and honey was average. I was chraged 30.00 over on my last night there and the girls (Silvana and Karen) just passed the buck and told me to call the manager and who wants to deal with that? It is their incompetence, not mine. I was told the last night (I moved rooms, smaller room in fact) would be the same or cheaper and when I called to Karen about it I reminded her what she told me and she lied and was like"oh i said it was a weekend so it would be more' - bologna (again lol), if that was the case i would have stuck with my original plans but I was like Ok perfect and it was 30.00 more) whatever Karen, we both know the truth and the rest of Dunedin was so fabulous and the young Manager fellow was so sweet, and the breakfast lady was very thoughtful and kind, I'll consider it a tip to the town.

The hotel is older and the pool is small; however, the rooms (with tile floors) are very clean, comfortable and quiet. There are small parks nearby to walk your pet. The hotel is a short drive to the white sands of Honeymoon Beach State Park. The management and staff are efficient and friendly. This is a great place to stay and explore the lovely waterside Dunedin or take the short drive to Honeymoon Beach.

We asked for and were told the room was handicapped accessible .It definitely wasn't as there were 2 steps to enter the room and the bathroom was small.This made trying to get a wheelchair into the space very difficult.

We picked this Hotel. Because it was close to Medea Beach/ and Tarpon Springs. It's a little out of the way, but right downtown in Dunedin, FL. The Staff could use a little more training on hospitality standards of a Best Western. ( they could of cared less that I was a rewards member of there Hotel.

I always choose this hotel when visiting my mother in Florida. I have stayed there many times solo, always feeling safe and this time my husband joined me and also liked the hotel very much. The staff is super friendly, hotel property very well maintained, and the vibe is very relaxed. Also the location for walking into town for dinner cant be beat.

We wanted a 2 day get away from home. The hotel is clean and near overlooking the harbor. Nicely located near Clearwater to our South and Tarpon Springs to our North. Walking distance to town with plenty of nice shops and restaurants. Has a pool, unfortunately, it was too cold to use.

We really like the location it is relatively close to downtown as well as baseball . We are disappointed the hotel no longer has any affiliation with the restaurant. And the breakfast bar was not completed yet. That was not well planned. Hopefully the hotel missed most of the hurricane . Look forward to an improved experience next year!!

Unfortunately we only stayed one night but wished we had more time. The rooms were beautifully decorated, very spacious and beds comfortable. The location was perfect with views of the gulf and marina. Centrally located on Main Street in Dunedin. Will definitely revisit next year

Great hotel in Dunedin! We stayed on the second floor, King bed room. The room had both a balcony and a patio. Extremely large and comfortable. Refrigerator stocked with some items that are the same price as the hotel lobby. Very convenient and fair. Walking distance to everything: shops, restaurants and harbor. Complimentary breakfast included. Small gym on premises. Heated pool. While we were there the hot tub was under construction.

We had to bunk up after hurricane Irma. The hotel welcomes our 2 dogs and when we found out our power came back on the second evening we asked to check out and they didn't charge us for that second night. Great customer service!

I recently stayed for one night after running the Craft beer 5K on the Pinellas Trail. Check in went well, I thought the room was nice. The bathroom was nice but small. I did not check out the free breakfast, but I liked the location and I thought it was a good value! Thanks

The location is great. Walkable to downtown. Rooms are big. Beds are comfortable. Each room has mini-fridge, microwave, sink area. Some furniture is dated, and they could do more to use the room space to make sitting areas with more than just 1 old armchair. A/C is not central, the unit is room only, and is a little noisy. It doesnt really reach the bathroom - so we usually bring a fan to help circulate area/clear bathroom of steam. While there are balconies, the a/c unit blows hot air out there, so its not very comfortable to sit. The odd thing about this location is that its built "backwards" the water view is on the entry area, does have a few benches, but is not private, its the walkway to all rooms. Balconies face the parking lot. While they offer "marina view" rooms, its not really overlooking the marina - it is across two parking areas. The room we had this time had loose electrical outlets and light switch outlets. The electrical outlet behind bed was barely connected to the wall (cracked and very loose), which was a little scary. The view from walkway to your room is amazing, looks over the water and is lovely, breezy. Room prices are good. The old breakfast at Bon Appetit was wonderful. The new breakfast was poor at best. Burnt "eggs", limp bacon, just not fresh. We ate breakfast elsewhere after the first bad morning. We honestly love the location, just cant ignore that there are some upgrades and fixes needed. Our front and balcony door, both didnt seem to lock right, were hard to open/close, cracked paint, etc (and not hurricane damage, just lack of upkeep). I hope they take care to upgrade/get things back to top notch soon. It would be a shame to have this location go further downhill. Also - one note, the valet at restaurant steal your parking space if you leave. We moved a cone they set up to get our spot back in front of the hotel. I dont think its appropriate for valet/restaurant to nab the spots in front of rooms. They can have farther spots or non, room-front spots. Guests should have their room spaces. This is not a bad review, it is one of hope that you fix things and get everything back to the lovely place we first stayed 10 years ago. We're rooting for you.

This is a high-quality hotel, that is great for a mini-vacation, a staycation, or a normal get-away stay. The staff is extremely friendly, and the hotel offers spacious rooms , all with mini-fridge and microwaves, and great views of the Dunedin Marina. The breakfast was good, the televisions were great and the overall experience of our stay was excellent. We will be coming back to this Best Western in the near future! Great job! Thank you. We took a shuttle from the Tampa Airport and arrived around 12:15 PM, well before the 3:00 check in time. The staff was very cordial and told us that our room was in fact, ready. Located on the Dunedin Channel, the door of the room had a wonderful view of the water. The bedroom was clean and bright. The bathroom was small, but also clean. The door off the bedroom led to a balcony, where we could sit and view the parking lot, listen to the live music at the Bon Appetit restaurant, and watch the boats at the marina. The hotel had a continental breakfast, which included your ordinary hotel breakfast food. It was in walking distance of Main Street and the historic downtown area, with many restaurants and local shops. Check out time is 11:00 AM, but since our shuttle back to the airport wasn't scheduled to arrive until 1:30, we asked for a late check-out. Once again, the staff was cordial and allowed us to stay until 1:00 PM, giving us time to grab lunch at a nearby restaurant before leaving. We hope to relocate to the Dunedin area and recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding. The town it is located in is stunning. A nice american town. Up on arriving, check in was simple and the receptionist was really nice. She gave us all the information we needed. We had a room on the first floor, the room itself was a nice size and nice views either side, one side had the harbor and the other had the sea. Breakfast was standard but really nice. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall really nice hotel and lots of sealife if you look into the sea. Look closely and you may see dolphins :) There is one downside though...if you are in a room on the first floor, at night and when you want to go sleep, it lets ALOT of light in. Above the door & windows lives another window than can not be covered.

HEARTLESS IN HURRICANE IRMA. While enroute to the hotel from Fort Lauderdale to seek refuge from hurricane Irma before it changed path we were running out of gas in heavy traffic and had to turn back with our three pug dogs. When talking to the person in charge to let them know that we would arrive the next day after we regrouped and hopefully found gasoline, we found that the hotel was under mandatory evacuation starting 6:30 am that day. She heartlessly charged us the cancellation for a room that we couldn't get to and she knew we would have to leave before sunrise, even after advising her of our Governor's plea for hotels to be tolerant of late arrivals. We ended up at a Best Western in Orlando, and they have been so helpful.

lovely location just by beach with parking and a pool with free towels . had a great time with the pancake machine at breakfasts which buffet style. rooms where large but needs moving into the 21st century and could do with some soundproofing but was liveable.. need to check your bill before you go

We stayed the weekend for a wedding that was at the hotel. The room was great! We were on the first level and had a front and a back door! The front door was looking over the parking lot and marina and then the back door looked had the water view! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. You can walk to all the shops and restaurants! Great time!

My husband and I stayed just the other night for a quick getaway and it was just grand!! The rooms are all nicely appointed but the ones on the second floor had high ceilings and a huge balcony and a mico and fridge. I loved the waterside pier entrance and the balcony overlooking the marina. The town and surrounding area had lots of restaurants and cafes and of course the famous Bon Appetit which now has a beautiful outside bar and music since we were here last many years ago!! The lunch outside was great and the inside sunset table for dinner was really outstanding!! The staff was just great and most helpful and the HOT breakfast was a nice surprise and very good quality!! Great for locals and a must for those visiting the area with the causeway so close and the famous Honeymoon Island State Park and Caledisi Island.

Rooms were ok. No counterspace in the bathroom, no mirror or available outlets in the room. Beds were squeaky and old. They couldn't keep up with the hot breakfast. They ran out of everything quickly over and over. Won't stay again. Overpriced and wouldn't recommend

Although the bathrooms are not ideally laid out, the overall rooms are nice and the service was very good. The breakfast quality was fair and there should be an ice machine on not only the 2nd floor but also the first floor. All that being said, the overall value, location and staff were very good.

This place is a throw back to the old roadside motels. The location is great but the rooms are small and need updating. The bathroom is especially cramped and you could hear the people in the next room clearly. The pool is small and not overlooking the harbor.

This was on a wharf, and the back door of the room gave a wonderful view of the bay. The room was very clean and bright. The bathroom was very small, but navigable. It was in walking distance of the main street with restaurants. At the end of the night, we sat at the outdoor bar at the restaurant which was situated at the end of the wharf. Their included breakfast was very nice also, including omelets, bacon, sausage, rolls, bagels, etc. We will book there again.

This is a great get away spot! It is an older building, tastefully renovated. The location, with a marina view off the front balcony and a waterfront view out the back door is very special. The little town is quaint and the hotel offers bicycles to rent so you can explore. The breakfast attendant was outstanding - friendly, helpful and efficient (I think her name is Christine, but I could be mistaken). We enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to come back.

GREAT LOCATION for the price for sure. The only downside I saw was that the giant windows couldn't be covered at night. If you need total darkness, bring your sleeping mask! the restaurant immediately adjacent was worth the stay as well.

Last weekend we stayed at the Best Western in Dunedin. We were pleased with our accommodations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast buffet was one of the nicest ones with have had staying at Best Westerns. The pool was clean and roped off and people with little children stayed in the shallow end of the pool. The location was great. Main Street Dunedin had cute shops and restaurants. We were close enough to Tarpon Springs and Clearwater Beach. We attended the Hippie Fest in Tarpon Springs. All and all a good time. We would go back again for another visit.

Stayed here two nights, one before and one after a bus excursion. Had a great experience both times. Check in was a breeze and our room was spacious, bright and clean. It is obviously an older, renovated building, but it has been tastefully done and is well kept. The lobby is bright and welcoming. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast attendant was sweet and very helpful. The marina with boat tours is right across the parking lot. I hope to come back for a fishing trip or boat tour. The view out the back door of our first floor room, front door of our second floor room, is beautiful. You are right on the water. As another reviewer wrote, more chairs and a few bistro tables on that corridor would make it a comfy spot to have your morning coffee as the sun comes up over the water. Probably since it's a "walkway" they can't due to liability. Not their fault. The homes that you can see along Victoria Drive are gorgeous. A great area. There are shops, restaurants and parks close by and the BWP has bicycles you can rent to check out the area. I will be back. I only wish the weekend prices were as reasonable as the weekday rates.

Not much choice of where to stay in this area but try and avoid this place if you can. Our less than ideal experience began with check-in. Someone should make a video of the front desk staff and use it as a "Before" video in a customer service training class. Hard to describe how they make you feel but the word customer certainly doesn't apply. And, it's not just one of them. It was everyone we encountered. You seem to bother them when you ask them to do their job. Here's an example -- their restaurant was under-going renovation when we were there. They were distributing brown bags of apples and packaged muffins. As if that wasn't bad enough, they didn't tell us about it. We only realized they were doing this after another guest told us. We had already stayed there two nights and when we told the front desk that no one informed us about the packages, she actually said to us "Well, you should have asked." Then, we asked for the packages for the two days we didn't get ones because we didn't know about them and she said "No." We like fruit which is the only reason we asked. The other thing about this hotel is that the architect who designed it doesn't seem to have visited the property before the building was built! The great view is from the outdoor hallway leading to the rooms. The balconies and the rooms overlook the parking lot. Not good planning. The rooms are clean but sparsely furnished with rather tired things. I had to extend my stay and wish I had been somewhere else! There was a problem with my bill (they double charged me for one item) and the good news is that I finally spoke with someone at the front desk who was helpful -- Thanks to Silviana for helping me.

I have stayed here 4 times and am planning on staying 2 more times this year. I love the location, close to shops and fav restaurants. Love the pool, it is big and was clean, no algea on my visits. Same thing with hot tub. They now have breakfast which they did not have my previous visits, so thats a great addition. My rooms were always clean as well as the patio. I took my dog last time and stayed 2 weeks. The staff friendly and helpful. I do wish they had a guest laundry like the HIE has because I don't like to go to laundromats. That would be helpful. The views at sunset are wonderful, the hotel feels very tropical. Landscaping is very nice but around the pool the landscaping needs a redo. The pool area is very relaxing and landscaping around should compliment it. The rooms are a good size and colorful. I love that the floors are tiled too. The bathroom in my last stay was updated. My only negative was that the fridge is full of drinks for purchase but I would prefer it empty so I can put my own drinks and food in it. Overall, without these few issues I would give 5 stars.

View and location are great. Very musty odor in dining area and room. Bed squeaked. Breakfast was lousy. Pool and Hottub were full of algae.Toilet didn't flush well and was very uncomfortable due to the fact it was located too close to walls on each side.

Very impressed with the layout and the hotel in general. On site restaurant was hotel food, just so so, but the staff was welcoming and very attentive to our needs. Nice workout facility and the outdoor pool is well maintained.

My husband and I stayed here about 5 years ago and were so pleased by location, quality of stay and friendly attitude of staff. Things were not quite as wonderful this past week. A great thing is that the city of Dunedin and this property are now dog friendly. We recommended this property to friends who were there for the week and we drove to meet them for a night with our 2 dogs. They require a $50 pet deposit which is refundable after a room check. The fee for the dogs was minimal at $20 per day. The room was clean and odorless. The sheets are now a poly-blend and not as comfy as before. The bed was comfortable. It was obvious that the property was maintained. The room had all one would need for a stay. Staff was kind and welcoming upon arrival. We just stayed for one night. The next morning, I went to grab some coffee. There was a staff person at the desk who did not even bother to look up or greet. The coffee was awful. It is a machine that makes instant coffee. The breakfast selection was on par with a non-BW plus. There was no microwave to warm rolls and only a toaster. After breakfast, I decided to get a swim. The pool is in need of a fresh paint coat but it had algae on the sides. No way was I getting in that!! Then there was check-out. The same humorless woman, Frieda, who ignored people, was the only one at the desk. I told of reservation problems when I called the place and got excuses. I told of the algae and got defensive, "Well, we clean the pool daily." Lie.....that amount of algae takes more then 24 hours to develop. Then, their machine did not accept my Visa. This was a GOOD card but it became my problem. This woman's unpleasant attitude was awful. She later told my girlfriend that it is ok to swim in algae. My bill after a $20 BW coupon was $187.00. That seems a bit much for a totally average room with poly-blend sheets. If staying here, get a room on the second floor. The rooms appear larger due to loft ceiling and are not as bright at night.

We live in the area and had some friends coming into town to visit. The hotel setting at the Marina and water is great . You can walk a couple of blocks to downtown Dunedin for great shopping, restaurants and nightlife. We had a Deluxe room which was Large, clean and comfortable with a balcony facing the marina and the entrance on the intercoastal water side. The hotel has a great patio bar. I would definitely stay again!

We were treated very nice and even though our room wasn't ready they offered a place to put our things if we needed to take them off the motorcycle. Very nice people. The rooms were very nice and great view. Close to walking distance for shopping. Very clean and nice place to stay.

DO NOT stay here. Air conditioning unit sounded like a helicopter taking off and landing all night. I complained about pile of bird crap right outside my door on arrival and wasn't even addressed until 2 days later. Breakfast was horrible. Wi-fi was very slow. Shower water pressure was feeble. Front desk personnel were border line rude. Price of hotel was outrageous especially considering being summer season.

My daughter's softball team stayed here for a week long tournament and it was perfect! It was a 10 minute drive to Honeymoon Island State Park/beach and restaurants and little shops were all within walking distance. The pool was perfect. The hotel had a daily breakfast which could use a little more variety on a daily basis but we were thankful to have breakfast included every day! The views were beautiful and we went on the Parrotdise Express Sunset Cruise right from the dock across the street and it was amazing too!

While visiting this beautiful town my wife who happens to be disabled needed to use the bathroom desperately Freda refused to let us in even though we are Best Western rewards members As we were running across the street we were invited into Olde Bay Café Fish Market to use their facilities . We obviously decided to have a great seafood lunch there and everybody we spoke to said Freda is known for her rudeness at that hotel..., and how they put up with her I can't imagine because everything is about service and customer relations. nevertheless they just lost our business we're here for the weekend we were looking for a place to stay I guess we will be staying at an Airbnb I will cc this to Best Western Corporate offices How Rude

A waterfront Best Western is The Best kind of Best Western. Situated at the end of Main Street in Dunedin, this gem looks west across the bay to Clearwater Beach and some islands. Sunsets Galore. The free breakfast even includes a robot pancake maker! Pool, parking and big bay vistas await you at this BW. Their restaurant Bon Appétit excels and is great for sunset happy hours and supper.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights to be closer to visit our friends who live in Dunedin. Overall the hotel is clean, the room was clean. The drawback to the room was the fact that we could hear occupants on either side of us. That was not good. I don't understand why the hotel was ever built with the balconies facing the parking lot and beyond that, the view of small marina and adjacent condo high rise, when on the opposite side, lies the quiet and expansive bay. Too bad the rooms/balconies were not directly situated to view the bay. Just understand that when booking your room. The price point for the room was a bit high for this room, in my opinion. If you like old Florida feel and you want to be in walking distance to small main town area of Dunedin then you might be okay with this hotel.

This is a very old property with some updates but a nice location on the water. You can only put so much lipstick on something like this. Staff is helpful but as an example the fitness center is very small with equip that does not work in many cases. Rooms are poorly decorated with inadequate A/C and lighting.

We wanted a hotel on the water. The Clearwater hotels were too expensive. The rooms were renovated in 2102. We had a bay view on one side and a balcony on the other. I loved the tile flooring throughout the room. It was perfectly located to beaches and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

We booked 1 night stay while visiting honeymoon island. We were happy to be on the 2nd floor, we heard no noise from anyone. The rooms were clean and updated with a tropical feel. I loved the look of the bathroom and the heat lamps were an added bonus. There was a private balcony facing the marina and from the entry you could see the bay. Looking at the bay we saw a dolphin, stingray, and roseate spoonbill. The only thing that some people may not like is there was pigeon poo by our room 210, and a pigeon who spent the night there. Didn't bother us but it may some others. The pool and hot tub were nice, there were bikes u could rent to ride down town, we rented the 6 seater for our family of 5, we had fun. Beds were very soft and comfy, we had a good night's stay and we all enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning!

This hotel is an excellent spot if you like to get somewhere and not have to drive. Town is dog friendly. Several excellent dining options. Honeymoon Island state park is minutes away. Hotel is right at the water and has a wonderful fishing pier.

Such a great hotel. Exceeded our expectations of Best Western. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well kept and super clean. Our room was spacious with a balcony and a cute beach vibe. Very nice hotel with out all the resort and parking fees as well. The location couldn't be better. Right in the heart of Dunedin overlooking the water. Walking distance to cool shops and great restaurants. Dunedin has the beauty of the Florida gulf coast with a New England feel to it.

staff was friendly and hotel was clean. The rooms and overall site are dated but kept up. The included breakfast is OK and the eating area kept clean. The best thing about the hotel is the location. Close to downtown, parks, stadiums, and marina make it a gem.

The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was easy to get to downtown (2 blocks) to many shops and restaurants. We easily rented bikes from the hotel and the Pinellas trail was again 2 blocks away. The view from the deck was beautiful (we only wished we could see it from our room). The staff was very courteous and helpful (especially Janciel-not sure of the spelling).

This hotel is in a perfect location to enjoy the Florida Sun Coast! It is an easy walk to the quaint shops of Dunedin as well as the marina and restaurants. Many beach locations are within a short drive and there is a local trolley bus if that is more your style! If you are looking to spend a quiet relaxing vacation without blowing your budget on your hotel, this is the place to stay.

Extremely pleasant staff. i was greeted by Adam and Janicel, who were both very accommodating. Truly an asset to the hotel. The room was perfect and clean and well appointed. A plus was the back door to the room over looking the water. We walked and drove around this adorable town and know we will come back for a stay.Beds were comfortable and we slept like a dream. Nice complimentary breakfast from 7am to 10 am certainly a plus.

This was our first time to Dunedin and Clearwater, and boy were we glad we tried something different!! This hotel is beautiful and EXTREMELY clean! All off the staff is wonderful and friendly! Our room was cleaned immaculate everyday! The breakfast is delicious and includes pancakes, and did I mention it's free! The location of this hotel is awesome! You are within walking distance to downtown Dunedin, 10 minutes from honeymoon island,and 15 minutes from Clearwater beaches. The location is very peaceful and quiet. There is even a fishing pier right around the corner of the hotel beside the restaurant! We will be back for sure!!

Beautiful decor and the room was spacious. The hotel is in an excellent location . Close to many restaurants and shops......and of course....the sunsets were beautiful . We will be back when in the area

Rooms were very clean & functional. Great location ,walking distance to everything the town of Dunedin has to offer. Close drive to Honeymoon & Caladesi Island. Pinellas Bike trails right there for you enjoyment.

Freyda was amazing. We stayed for 4 nights and on the 2nd day (of our 6 days), we asked her is she knew where we can get some beach chairs. It turned out that one of her previous guests, like us, were on vacation and flew in by plane. They purchased beach chairs but for their trip, however being they could not take them back on the plane, they left them with Freyda. This nice, sweet lady let us borrow those 2 chairs for the rest of our visit. They came in handy and it saved as some money. We ended up purchasing an umbrella and 2 sand mats, which we also ended up leaving there for a next guest(s). Thank you Freyda for making our stay as enjoyable as possible.

If you are searching for places in Dunedin, this is really the "only" place that offers the triumvirate of location, view, and access. The hotel is only 2 stories, but the rooms are HUGE. It is located at the marina ... the beginning (or end) of Dunedin. You are at the epicenter, if you stay here. Within 100 steps, you have many options for dining (both casual or elegant), coffee shops, pubs, and shopping. Once you park, you won't have to get in your car until you leave for home. The hotel has bike rentals so you can enjoy the Pinellas Trail and all its dining/shopping options. Once day, we took bikes up the Pinellas Trail to Ozona Blue marina and it was an easy ride. The hotel offers breakfast until 10am and provides several juice options, along with cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt, pastries, pancakes, bacon, sausage and cheese omelets. The down side of being at the marina is that the street lights shine in the large windows at night, so bring your eye shades if you are a sensitive sleeper. Lastly, the heart of this hotel (in my opinion) is front desk Freyda. She's savvy, seen it all, and would bend over backwards to help you out if something isn't to your liking. She is an incredible ambassador of the BW Yacht Harbor. Want something done right? Ask Freyda.

The Door 227 didn't lock right, we had to make a terrible noise in order to locket, it did not even close right. I call the front, but they said almost all doors are Iike that, the hotel was full there was nothing they could do.. not discount given nothing "Risky night"... The price was to high for our expectations... Get a better hotel for the price!

An excellent location on the water front. Room was good and very comfortable. Like the previous reviewer, I was initially concerned with the proximity of the car park, but then we realised that the room had a rear door that opened onto a long veranda overlooking the sea. So we just moved the 2 chairs and the table from the front balcony, to the back veranda, grabbed a few beers and sat watching the pelicans fishing. Even a lone dolphin swam by. We ate across the car park at the harbour café. All in all, an excellent stay. Would return.

This hotel is right on the water. It's very scenic and was very quiet. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I picked a bay view thinking the balcony looked out at the bay. While the door to the room faced the bay, the balcony actually faced the parking lot and marina. It was still very pretty, just not what I was expecting.
