    « Great stay »

I stayed 4 nights for business and thoroughly enjoyed every bit of my stay. The cleaners did a very good job in keeping my room clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were kind and polite. I will stay here again.

« Best Western Premier Crown Chase Hotel - A jewel in Denton, TX »

When you think Best Western, I would tend to think High End Hotel would not be in the mental loop. I am telling you now that that is exactly what BW has done. This hotel is comparable to both Hilton and Marriot properties. When you book your stay, say hi to Melissa, Guest Services Manager; Em will be one of the bartenders should you choose to check out the lounge in the evenings where special drinks are created each month; Kim is relatively new to this hotel but she takes her job seriously and is very customer friendly! There are numerous wonderful staff members here and they work together to make sure their guests are happy glampers and business travelers! I can't wait for you to book and twll me your perception!

    « Comfortable and Clean »

Modern and clean rooms and public spaces. Excellent hot breakfast including made to order omlets. Staff was very helpful. We were staying as guests of a wedding party so the comfortable public spaces allowed for visiting with friends and family.

    « Premier Stay »

Excellent hotel with large, comfortable rooms. Great complimentary breakfast with lots of choices. Nice waterfall pool and hot tub. We enjoyed friendly, excellent service from everyone and can give a special shout out to Em who worked in the lounge. We will definitely seek out BW Premier hotels in the future.

« Great Hotel, Poor Service »

Gorgeous hotel, pool, rooms, and delectable breakfast--the best complimentary hot breakfast I've had anywhere. The poor service I received seems to be a management and training issue, rather than a problem with the staff. I made a reservation through the national 800 phone line and was informed that my request for a bathtub could not be met through a regular room reservation at this location, but only by booking a suite. So I booked a suite. Upon arrival, I was given keys to two consecutive suites only to find that neither of them had a bathtub. The desk clerk had no idea which rooms had tubs and which showers. Only after calls, research, and 45 wasted minutes on my behalf and 3 visits upstairs with full luggage did I receive a regular room (not a suite) with a bathtub. I had to go down to the desk to get my rate adjusted later for receiving a regular room and not a suite. On day two of my stay, I left the hotel at 7 am and returned at 3 only to find that my room had not been cleaned. I searched the hall for a cleaning cart and got the extra amenities I needed. At 4 the maid knocked to clean my room, but at this point I wanted to rest, not vacate the room I had just returned to. The next morning as I left the hotel I stopped by the desk and requested of ?Cheyanne? that I was leaving for approximately 3 hours, and to make sure my room was cleaned while I was gone, as it had not been cleaned the day before. I arrived back at the hotel 3 hours later to find that my room had not been cleaned. At this point, I put up my do not disturb sign for a nap. 30 minutes later a maid knocked to make up my room. I explained that I was trying to rest. 30 minutes after that, someone called to see if I wanted my room cleaned. Needless to say I got neither a nap nor a clean room. I checked out the next day. It appeared that the management priority was to clean rooms for new customer turnover, with no regard for ongoing guests. All issues seemed to come from poor management.

    « Love this hotel »

Very relaxing atmosphere. A little pricey but worth it. Love the breakfast , pool and bar. Rooms are very spacious. Rooms always smell fresh. Close to interstate but very quiet. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Added bonus not far to our sons home.

    « Quality experience »

This hotel could change my perception of the Best Western chain. The property is tasteful and immaculate. The rooms were well appointed, the linens were high quality, and the bed was very comfortable. The flat screen TV was around a 42-inch - great for watching a World Series game! The staff was friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast was complimentary and quite nice. The bar in the evening was a nice place to wind down. There are also a number of restaurants nearby. Olive Garden, Red Lobster & Texas Roadhouse are all walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.

    « Wonderful and Friendly »

It was a great stay, great Breakfast and service, Room was very clean and the Housekeeping staff was very professional and friendly. Front desk was very knowledgeable and very professional. The only thing that appeared to need help was the bar area and restraint, service was slow. Overall stay was an A. Thank you!

    « Totally different BW! »

We haven't stayed in BW for a long time... but this one is the nicest inn we've visited in a very long time. ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT in all aspects! W.O.W.!! The hotel is beautifully decorated...reminds me of a "loft type" hotel. Very classy. Very comfortable. Very much the best!

    5
« I was shocked to find out this hotel wasn't built last month »

This hotel is brand new. Or at least that's what I assumed when I walked in. The exterior is immaculate, the lobby is pristine, and the rooms are luxurious - especially when you consider the price paid per night. The room was enormous, the shower had massaging heads, and the bed was more comfortable than mine is at home. This was my first time staying at a Best Western Premier property, and based on my experience, it certainly won't be my last. Heck, I should've moved in.

    « Great trip »

Went there to visit our daughter who attends UNT the hotel was beautiful and the staff was excellent! The location is excellent, close to restaurants and shopping. The free hot breakfast was tasty and my granddaughter loved the pool area.

    « Awesome room! »

Though I did not stayed for a long time but enjoyed every bit of my stay at there and the management system is great, other facility centers are pretty close to the location. I would like to recommend others to stay for at least one night if they plan to stay in Denton.

    5
    « Very relaxing »

I highly recommend this hotel. I visit Denton once a year to to see a family member. It is the only time I travel. I treat myself during this time. I can be a littlle picky. This hotel definitely makes my time there enjoyable and memorable. The whole experience there is very nice. From beginning to end.

« Room was AWESOME and breakfast was OFF THE CHAIN!!! »

The rooms are very nice. I love the way the room was decorated all the colors were very well done.I had a big screen TV.And the bed was so comfortable. And I love the waterfall at the pool. I love the touch screen computer in the front lobby and the fireplace. I love the breakfast buffet , we had made to order omelettes ,waffles , pancakes, oatmeal, granola, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee, milk, juice, tea, flavored creamers, sausage, ham, bacon ,cereal , peanut butter , croissants bagels, toast, danishes. You name it they had it there. The staff were all very nice and accommodating . One man in particular by the name of Jacoby Ervin really impressed me because he went above the call of duty. He waited on us hand and foot. I definitely felt like royalty. He has a servants heart and thoroughly enjoys his job! He is a keeper! When you get done eating, they also have a exercise room if you feel up to it.I love everything about it .It's best hotel there in Denton, Texas. I look forward to staying in there again and again and again!

    « Superb Service!!! »

While visiting family in Denton we had the pleasure of meeting and being served by a very polite young gentleman his name is Jacoby Ervin ( hope spelling is correct ) He made sure we didn't lack for anything! I jokingly told my sister I'd love to take him home we could use a personal chef! He seemed to really enjoy his job so no worries about losing him.?? Our suite was very nice as well. We didn't want to leave everything was so nice. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you all for such wonderful staff. God continually bless you all. Harding Family

    « We'll be back... »

We were looking for a hotel not too far away from UNT as we were coming for a visit to see our daughter. While not as close as some other hotels in the area, the hotel did not disappoint. There was ample parking and even a dedicated spot of EV users with a Tesla charger set up. While I would not say a Best Western is a 5 Star hotel like the Four Seasons in NY; upon entering the lobby it had a very polished and upscale look to it. The front desk staff were very friendly and got us checked in right away. On the way up to our room we peaked into the dining are that serves breakfast in the morning and double as a lounge in the evenings. When we got up to our room we were very impressed with the size and layout. The room was clean and had no nasty odors that many hotel rooms tend to have. The large king size bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The large couch had a pull-out bed, but we had no need to use it so I can't say if it was comfortable or not, but the couch itself was comfortable. The large screen TV was wall mounted and viewable from both the couch and bed. The bathroom was well lit and had a large walk-in shower with extra spray jets from the wall. AS with most hotel rooms though, noise can be an issue. We heard various noises from one of our neighbors a few times in the evening. Nothing to complain about, but it did startle us. Also, our room was on the side of the hotel that face the main road, so when loud motorcycles roared by we heard them loud and clear. Breakfast was your typical hotel buffet, but the food seemed fresher than most. They also had someone there to make omelettes to order. Very nice touch. The breakfast area was clean and the staff kept everything well stocked. We did venture down to their outdoor pool. It was nice and had a small waterfall for you to sit under, though it was a bit cool out for that in October. We spent most of our time in the relaxing hot tub. The area was clean and there were towels provided. One of the better hotel pools I've been too. Overall we had a great stay and would certainly come back.

    « Great Accommodations »

Rooms are very nice, quiet and clean. Daily breakfast included a nice variety of items and was freshly made daily. Very nice location also, convenient to area shopping and for easy access to the interstate. Would definitely stay here again

    « UNT College Visit »

Was looking for an inexpensive clean hotel for a overnight college visit. Found BWP online and chose it because of the reviews, it was new, and the rate was good. I was pleasantly shocked! My memory of the Best Western Hotel chain was not a good one and had not stayed in one for over 35 years. This hotel from the moment we stepped in was perfect. The hotel front desk staff was great. We arrived at 10 am after a eight hour drive and check in wasn't until 3pm. They were willing and able to get us in a room within 15 minutes. The room was perfect in the layout, size, cleanliness, and amenities. Would definitely stay here again if in the Denton area.

« ALWAYS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY »

We were in the area for an annual conference and over the last few years we have given full attention to making sure we can stay in this hotel. The staff has always been great, rooms are big, breakfast is well cared for (in fact, my wife commented this time on how long the sweet, attentive lady that served the breakfast had been there), location is convenient to several nearby restaurants, even Walmart is just down the street. We are on the road a lot and this is one of our very favorite places to stay!

    « Denton's Best Kept Secret »

BW Premier Hotel in Denton, Tx has a luxury trendy look & feel, at a reasonable price!! From the moment you approach the well manicured landscape & walk through the trendy designed lobby, you get that luxury feel. The front desk staff is very welcoming and eager to help. Rooms are fresh and clean. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Overall experience was great!

« Great Place to Stay! »

We were in Denton for medical reasons. They offered a very nice medical discount, which is why we chose this location. The location was right down the road from the hospital, which was perfect for us, since I had to be at the hospital at 6 am for surgery. We were very impressed with all aspects of our stay with the exception of sofa sleeper - it was very uncomfortable, but that is to be expected in that most are. The swimming pool was awesome! Excellent breakfast as well! Overall goo experience!

    5
« So good we want an excuse to go back!! »

The only disappointment we experienced here was that we were so busy the whole weekend that we didn't get to enjoy the AMAZING pool. For the price, the amenities are amazingly resort style! I almost regret booking based on the features that I knew we might not have time to enjoy. I didn't pack swimsuits for my infant or family because of that, but kind of wish I had! The breakfast being included was something I looked for when booking our stay and I am glad I went with this place. This is the best free continental breakfast I've had for this price! We can't think of another reason we will ever visit Denton, but we might have to find one just to stay at this amazing hotel. The staff went above and beyond from the moment we booked until checkout. A million stars!!

« Block of rooms for Wedding »

I reserved a very large block of rooms for my daughter's wedding. The staff person assigned to help me paid great attention to details and was very prompt and helpful from beginning to end. All front desk and bar/restaurant staff members were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel!

    5
    « Leahs wedding trip »

The staff at this facility is second to no one! I wish I had gotten the name of the girl at the front desk who helped me with my reservations. The hotel was booked full the weekend our family was there and had to schedule two different rooms when we originally booked them . The young lady called me while we were out eating lunch and told me she had managed to keep us in one room and not have to move all of our stuff with the room ready for us when we were ready to check in. The breakfast was awesome! This hotel will get my business again when in the area.

    « Great stay!! »

Always clean, excellent breakfast with eggs made to order. Beds are amazing. No complaints. Staff is always very courteous and helpful. I always stay for business. They have a very nice outdoor poor that i never get to enjoy!

« Fun family meeting place »

Nice property and location. We wanted an outdoor pool and this one is well done with the waterfall and splash pad plus hot tub. It was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately it is also the designated smoking area. The breakfast is good quality, especially the omelets made to order.

    5
« Quiet, close to restaurants, amazing shower! »

This hotel is relatively close to the highway, but you can't hear any highway noise inside the rooms. It's also close to several restaurants (walking distance). Funny enough, this hotel had one of the most amazing showers ever. It was spacious and jets in the walls. So relaxing!

    5
« This was a half way point for us on our way to Houston. Got to meet up with granddaughter to have dinner. »

Very nice clean rooms. They have a really nice breakfast provided. They will make an egg omlet to your special order, but they have a nice variety of everything. Décor of the hotel is very up to date and modern.

    5
    « Lovely. »

Our room was so nice! The front desk person said we would be impressed and he was right. The homemade ice cream they sell downstairs is amazing! The only complaint is that the ceiling fan in our room made too much noise to use.

    5
    « great stay »

My wife and I were in the area for a funeral. The hotel was great and very comfortable if I need to stay in the Denton area again I would stay here again. I was very pleased with the breakfast, the omlets were very good and there were real bisquits not frozen day old stuff as I have had in past stays at other hotels

« Great hotel, friendly staff »

Everyone was very nice and helpful and the rooms themselves were great. Breakfast was good and the pool was perfect. Awesome showers with body sprayers too! I will definitely stay here when i come back to Denton.

    « Quite a surprise »

This new brand of best westerns is a pleasant surprise. The design is sleek and modern. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I love that they include a ceiling fan. The pool area was a treat for the kids. It was really beautiful for a hotel like this. Breakfast was included and had so many items to choose from. It was one of the better free breakfasts I've had at a hotel. Options included waffles, pancakes, assorted breads, eggs, biscuits, sausage, bacon as we as fruits and yogurt. I will definitely look for premier best western in upcoming travels.

    5
    « Surprised »

This was the first time I stayed at a Best Western. I was skeptical when my office booked it. When I arrived, I immediately realized that I was very wrong. The hotel was great. Staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and roomy. The hotel has a nice bar. Numerous restaurants in walking distance. I will stay there again.

    4
« Convienently close to campus »

I am rating it a four, because it is a lovely hotel and the staff is courteous and helpful. We had a small issue in that we did not get the two queen room we booked. The front desk did give us an upgrade to a king suite, which normally would have been great however, that meant two of us had to sleep on the pull out sofa instead of a nice comfy bed. The sofa bed was broken in the corner, and after making the front desk aware, the manager was very apologetic and concerned that I did not have a great experience. I was happy to hear that they listen to their customers and want to take immediate action to fix things. The floors are pretty thin, so having a second floor room, we did have a fair amount of noise (foot stomping and water running) from the room above. The toilet flushing was pretty bad as you do hear the water running through the pipes in the walls, so depending on when people go to bed or get up, it could be bothersome. The ceilings fans were a great touch so as to not be freezing or too warm. The room cooled down quickly and was comfortable throughout the night. Our shower had a couple of extra jets, but being on the shorter side, I thought they were a little too high for me. My husband though they were wonderful. Pretty good breakfast choices - cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, make it yourself waffles, plus the usual hot items. I did not partake in the bar offerings, but my husband found it to his liking. Did I say the staff was great?!

    5
« Great stay with a great price. »

Very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was much more than we expected for the price point. Clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable. Lots of space. Will definitly stay here again

    5
    « Repo and recovery »

I like the motel the staff is wonderful clean rooms excellent breakfast the lounge opens after 4 p.m. nice place to unwind and relax I would recommend it to anybody in the Denton area the only downfall with the place is it nobody knows how to operate the disability chairs at the pool I think that it is essential that everybody learn to use and operate these chairs

    5
    « Great Quick Stay »

We booked a last minute hotel stay in Denton. We had 3 we were deciding on and the deciding factor was a good breakfast before we got on the road. We were extremely impressed by the hotel room, really big and spacious and defiantly more than enough room for us and our two little ones. The breakfast was great, a lot of options. Check in and check out was super easy! We defiantly wish we had a lot more Best western premiers around us but when we come to Texas we defiantly will be staying here!

    5
    « Awesome!! »

We rented the Banquet room, Teresa and everyone on that staff this night was super awesome and helpful. They made sure we were happy and such a friendly staff. They even took the time out to compliment us, very nice of them. The food was absolutely great everyone loved the food!! Thanks everyone!!

    5
    « Aware and helpful »

Loved how the employees were aware and willing to help. All of the staff from the breakfast crew, maintenance, maid service and front desk. The employees were working hard to make sure that peoples needs and the facility was being maintained at a high level.

    « Disgusting!!! »

Not sure where all these great raves came from. The only thing green at this hotel is what's growing inside. But this was our experience last night. We booked based on the raves. Arrive and the outside looks nice , but walk in the front the doors and dirty, the floor is dirty and it smells like hickory smoke / filth. The unkept kids put his food down to check us in. Get get our key head to the room through the outdated Vegas style hotel. The room is hot ( Ac was not on) the pillows had a dirty funk smell ( on all 5 ) We left to eat and upon returning to take a good look at the room , wow was it in bad shape. The couch had flat coushins, the lights are dim and you cannot be sure what's lurking about. And the funk in there was like feet / mold and dirt. We phoned the unkept kid and he said he would bring some Fabreeze up for us!!!! Needless to say we found another hotel and they refunded our money. This place is not as the reviews state, unless you are looking for a West Texas Trashy Chic in my opinion.

I always have a great stay in your hotel. This is the only place I stay when in the DFW area. Mellissa always takes extremely good care of me. I love the pool and Hot tub at your facility. I really wish the hours to use them were extended. After finishing business it would be nice to use these amenities. See you again next time.

« Comfortable, friendly place to stay »

This is not a fancy place, but it's nice, comfortable, and very clean. All the employees are friendly and polite, from front desk to the gardener. It's a great value--and the breakfast is pretty good too. We didn't eat there this time, but last time we had the made to order omelet. Nice pool, nice landscaping, good place to spend a couple of nights.

« Do not book this hotel thru Hotwire or other booking sites »

We chose this hotel due to the reviews on trip advisor. It was booked thru Hotwire. We arrived only to find out that there was no reservation. Beca, at the front desk, was quite rude. I acknowledge it was not Best western's fault that the original reservation wasn't there. However, they contributed to the horrible experience. I stayed in the Best Western lobby and called Hotwire to correct the issue. Hotwire confirmed with the hotel that rooms were still available but had issues facing the correct paperwork to the hotel. Needless to say, by the time it was corrected, best western sold the last room via walk in traffic while we were standing there. They were aware of the situation and still sold the last room!!!! I was traveling in an unfamiliar city and alone with my daughter and was very frustrated with the lack of professionalism. Hotwire found out there was one room left at the Hilton Homewood Suites and Hilton very kindly held that room for us without issue while awaiting the Fax. They also had walk in people trying to get that last room but honored their commitment to us! Best Western must only like Hotwire guests when they are not busy.

    « Great »

Excellent place to stay! Great restaurants nearby. Everyone there was very kind and courteous. The lounge was a huge plus for us when we walked through the doors! Highly recommend!! Price is better than the BWPlus on the north side...and cleaner

    « Great hotel! »

Very clean hotel. Stayed there while my daughter was at UNT cheer camp. Rooms were nice, front desk staff was great....and breakfast was great! We had bought stuff that needed to be refrigerated after checkout and staff was kind and held it for us while we were at camp. Thanks for a great stay!

    « Fantastic!! »

We stayed here for a wedding and we had a fantastic time! The hotel was extremely nice, loved the decor, and the pool area was beautiful. The staff were all extremely helpful, accommodating, and nice as could be. Easy access from the highway and close to everything in Denton. We will definitely be back!!

« Beautiful Hotel with Customer Service to Match »

My husband and I chose this hotel because of its excellent reviews on Trip Advisor and because it provides a Tesla Destination Charger, which allowed us to charge our car overnight. After Nate checked us in, however, the charger didn't work so we asked Nate for help. He didn't give up until he solved the problem and also discounted our room rate because of the problem. He is an asset to the hotel for certain! Our room was very attractive, large, and comfortable, and the shower was terrific. Breakfast was outstanding and included just about anything one could want. We will make a point to stay at this Best Western Premier on our next trip.

    5
    « Premier Hotel »

The rooms were beautiful and the staff was very caring and helpful. The two room king suite room in hotel was on par with an upscale Vegas strip hotel room and the breakfast includes made to order omelettes. Very rare I compliment a hotel, but this one deserves recognition

    « Great hotel! »

The Best Western Premier in Denton is a great place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are wonderful. I recommend this hotel to everyone I talk with. I have stayed here on business for many weeks and have always had a good experience. The bed is the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever experienced and the rooms are decorated very nicely. I always look forward to my stay here. Great value!

« This Best Western is a luxury hotel at bargain prices »

Best Western out did itself with this property. After a long day of driving a beautiful well appointed, superbly managed hotel was welcome. From our receptionist "Nate" who ensured our every question was answered to our suite, our stay was fantastic. The suite had two queen beds, a large couch & desk sitting area, two LED TVs, a beautiful bathroom w/walk in shower, everything about our room was great. For amentities, there is a full bar, a lovely stone jacuzzi, stone-lined pool, business center and comfortable seating through the bar & lobby. There's more! Suffering through endless bland "free" breakfasts this Best Western had a beautiful spread to include a clever pancake making machine. The breakfast staff was pleasant, friendly, asking if there was anything else she could do. It's wonderful when the employees take ownership of the property. We will definitely return. What did I pay for the evening...with a military discount, $112.70 with tax for a two queen suite...nice...

« Great stay at best western premier »

We had a large group stay for a wedding in town. We got the king suite. Very nice updated rooms with a separate bedroom from the kitchen area and living room. Living room had a sectional that folded out to queen size bed. There was a bar table with 2 bar stools. Kitchen area had mini fridge and microwave. The bathroom was a standing shower. Very modern! Great location right off 35. Plenty of restaurants in the parking lot! On the border, Olive Garden and a steak house.

I've stayed here a half-dozen times since it opened. It looks as good now as the day it opened, and the food is amazing. My family that I was visiting joined me for the buffet breakfast for no extra charge.

Very nice place. Will change your concept of what Best Western is. Well done, modern lobby with a bar and breakfast area. Beautiful pool with splash pad and waterfall. Great friendly group of college age staff always eager to please. Made to order omelets and waffles at breakfast. Big rooms with two televisions and lots of channels.

    « WONDERFUL HOME-AWAY-FROM-HOME »

This was not my first visit to this location. Casey Martin was most welcoming, greeted me by name and immediately made me feel 'at home'. She was most solicitous and helpful during my stay. The hotel is fortunate to have her as its General Manager. Other employees who went out of their way to assure my comfort and well-being were Chaunee, Bethany and all others at the front desk, plus Guest Service Manager, Melissa Randell. Antonio Garcia, Maintenance, was also helpful in quickly replacing a bathroom bulb that burned out. The hotel, itself, is well-furnished, immaculate and conveniently located. Breakfast is bountiful and nicely displayed. Coffee is great!

    « Comfortable Stay »

Great breakfast (fresh omelette, hash browns, more fresh items). Comfortable beds. Good outdoor pool. Good drinks at bar. Very nice staff. Phenomenal location near other restaurants, shopping, highway. Quiet at night (no road noise). Rooms were nice sized. Only drawbacks - a few rooms in our group had spotty phone service (1st floor), key cards constantly went bad even if they never went near phone/credit card, public restroom not cleaned throughout day, fans in some rooms were squeaky.

« Easy check in process, rooms were really nice and breakfast was great! »

The hotel is newer with a modern look and feel. The rooms were very spacious at a good price. The check-in was easy and when we discovered our room was on the first floor (not our preference), the on desk manager quickly changed the room. The coffee was really good! Breakfast counter was nice, since the servers refreshed the buffet from behind, versus competing for space with guests. Nice place!

« The friendliest staff ever! »

After a long drive from the southern part of Texas, it was wonderful to be greater by the best staff I have ever ran across at a hotel! The clerk, Em, was so very helpful! The clieness of the whole facility was awesome! I will recommend this place to all my friends!

    « Horrible! »

We booked this hotel because of a two-room suite. We were checked in by a woman who had a very cold personality. Soon after getting our room, a staff member entered -- without knocking! She told us the sofa bed did not work. We were given another room, and this time the same front desk person was even colder and rude too. On the morning of check out, before 10am, someone entered again! We had not checked out, nor had we spoken to any staff so far that day. This was not the same person as the day before. I think customer service training is necessary at this location. Also, the second person who entered worried me...Was this person planning on looking through our things while we were at breakfast? We will definitely not stay here again. We were very disappointed and will book two rooms at another hotel instead.

    « Overall Great Stay »

I had a King room and was a bit surprised at the size of the room. It was quite spacious. The bathroom is very well decorated. The bed was quite comfy and trust me,not all hotel beds are that way. The free breakfast was much nicer than the continental that I expected. Hot, fresh made waffles and an omelette making station. That was a very nice surprise and a great way to start the day. I did have one housekeeping issue but I called the manager and she was not only apologetic but, brought it up to the housekeeping manager and offered to make things right on my next stay. That's really all I could ask for. The only thing I would suggest is, for the hotel to put some plates, bowls and silverware in the little kitchenette area. There is a mini fridge and a microwave but with nothing to reheat things on or utensils to eat it with, it makes leftovers a bit useless. I will most definitely stay here in the future. This hotel was a nice breath of fresh air.

« Excellent stay and incredibly accommodating staff »

This hotel is in a great location; easy access to the Interstate and next door to several restaurants. Very nice breakfast with an extensive selection, and my room was spacious, comfortable and clean. I really can't say enough about the staff; they were extremely helpful and friendly. Our group held our meeting at the hotel and the facility and support they provided was terrific. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

    « Very Nice Hotel »

This a great hotel right off of Interstate and close to UNT and area attractions. It has a nice pool and is very close to multiple restaurants. The staff is very nice and when we had an issue with the TV, they addressed it immediately. Nice place to stay!

    « Excellent stay »

Teressa Dunn was absolutely wonderful to work with while planning my stay for 10 rooms for our wedding party. She did any and everything she could to make sure we were completely taken care of. She even left us a sweet surprise the night of our wedding with the most heartfelt note. I truly can not thank her enough for making that part of our wedding weekend amazing!

    « Great extended weekend. »

We were in town for a high school graduation. It seems that most of the guest were as well. Everything was in perfect order and zero complaints here. The rooms are wonderful and so is the staff. The kids enjoyed the amazing pool. Especially my 4 year old who isn't an accomplished swimmer yet. The wading pool was perfect!

    « Absolutely wonderful experience »

I had to book at the last minute, 1:45am, due to flight being delayed. Even though I had a reservation number the person working the desk could not find it on her computer. However, she was so helpful and immediately gave me a room without charging me. She assured me the hotel manager would be able to correct any issue in the morning. I woke up a little late, but made it just in time for breakfast. Tera had done a wonderful job and the meal was very good. Teresa introduced herself as I had breakfast and asked how my stay was. I told her of the mix up in the night and how great the person on duty was to get me on into a room without having to charge my credit card again. Teresa immediately went and spoke with Chaunee, the manager, who had already corrected the issue with the reservation. Since I had not been able to check in until almost 3am Teresa told me I could stay as long as I needed without having to follow check out times. Not only was the staff very friendly and accommodating, the hotel itself was absolutely wonderful. I will and already have recommended it to several people.

    « Excellent and Exceptional »

I could not have been more satisfied than I was with this stay. Staff, facilities and services were top rated in every way. The room was one of the most comfortable in which my wife and I had ever stayed. The complimentary breakfast was more than just the common buffet of cereal, muffins, waffles, eggs and so on you find in most settings. There was instead a wide variety of selections and a cook preparing eggs to order. We wish we had been able to stay longer but schedule did not allow more than two days. I can fully and without reservation recommend Best Western PREMIER Crown Chase Inn & Suites of Denton, Texas.

    « A nice weekend »

We went for a wedding, spent 3 nights at this hotel- it was nice. The room was nice and clean, the wife liked the exercise room and I like the pool which was small and cool (end of Apr.)but also had a hot tub. The included breakfast was great with made to order omelets plus all the regular stuff. There were 3 restaurants within walking (they almost shared the same parking lots) and a mall about 1/4 mile away. Denton is about 30-40 min from Dallas Love airport and the hotel while right off the expressway was quite. They have free WIFI and a computer room with a printer but the computers were kinda slow .

Everything could not have been better, the staff was amazing and helpful. Rooms very spacious and clean. Beautiful pool. I can't stress how great the staff was night and day shift. We had a large group in for a wedding so got kind of hectic sometimes and the staff was always there to calm and help out. Breakfast was very good and a very large selection. Don't hesitate to stay here.

« Great Stay at Best Western Premier »

I normally don't write hotel reviews but staying at this hotel has been one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a very long time. The staff at the hotel are amazing and the Sales Coordinator Teresa was extremely nice and helpful during my stay. I've been staying in Denton for work the past few months and this has to be the best hotel I've stayed at to date. The rooms and bathroom are well appointed, clean, ceiling fans, and close to 500 channels on the TV which for TV person like myself is awesome! Breakfast choices are good including the omelet station. They also have a really nice outdoor pool area which if you stay at other hotels in Denton most of their pools are indoors. Best Western wasn't on my radar when staying at hotels but after visiting this one it will be from now on.

    « Wedding Weekend »

Stay here if you get the chance! The staff is amazing! It is in a great location. Easy to get to shopping, restaurants and DFW. I highly recommend this location. The staff made sure that all of our needs were met in a very timely manner. They knew that as the MOB I was a bit nervous, they helped in every way possible. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast bar is huge. If you walk away hungry, that is your own fault! Fresh omletes made to order! I can not say enough good about this hotel.

    « Nice room! »

I stayed here for one night for a conference at UNT. I was surprised at the size of the room. Sofa, small kitchen (iceboxes are a must!), 2 tvs, separate bedroom. All for about $125. Nice lobby, great-priced small snack bar. Everything is new and fresh. The only negative I experienced is that you can hear everything outside your room. People walking on the floor above, running water next door, etc. I was worried about sleeping, but luckily things were quiet after lights out. Extra pillows in the closet were a plus.

« Not your parents' Best Western! »

Growing up, Best Western was somewhere in between a Holiday Inn and a Motel 6, so I didn't expect much from my first stay at one as an adult. Was pleasantly surprised, this place was just perfect! I've stayed in some pretty nice hotels and resorts and this one is easily on par with all of them, at a much better price. Will definitely be staying in more Best Westerns as I travel.

« New, Improved impression of Best Western »

Extremely comfortable and accommodating facilities and staff at this location! Reservations made for us by a family member, and we were impressed from check in to check out. It had been years since we stayed at a Best Western facility, probably because of below-par and even sub-standard experiences at other facilities with the Best Western name in front. This facility has certainly changed my impression of what to expect from BEST WESTERN.

    « Great stay »

« Our new place to stay in Denton! »

We are UNT Football Fans and will be visiting Denton often. We were tipped off about this beautiful hotel. Wow. I have not typically picked Best Westerns, but this Best Western Premier is the top of the line! Suites are large and lot of wonderful touches. 2 Ceiling fans, double queens have 2 TVs. Nice bedding, décor, very clean. Great shower and shower head. Hot tub and pool are outside, Pretty pool and hot tub, all stone with waterfall. Made to order eggs in the AM...bar in the evening. Great location near freeway, college and stadium. Friendly hardworking staff.

    « Wedding night stay »

We decided to stay here for our wedding night. Our first decision as Mr. and Mrs. was a good one! The front desk staff gave us a King bed suite for the occasion. The room was immaculate, and even had a ceiling fan! The shower had water jets as well, which was such a nice touch. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the décor had been updated and was modern. Breakfast in the morning had both hot and cold options, with an attendant to make omelets and maintain the buffet line. The pool and waterfall are visible from the dining area/ bar. Check out process was easy as could be.

« Excellent Place to Stay »

My son is a student at UNT in Denton. When I go to visit, I always stay at this hotel. This was not my first choice the first time I stayed. However, I would never stay at another hotel in the area. Awesome service and clean rooms.

    « Wedding hotel success »

This was the wedding hotel choice. As the mother of the groom, I was very happy with it. It is a beautiful hotel and the rooms are unusually large. Just perfect for these sorts of gatherings. There was a very nice full breakfast and the staff was more than accommodating and friendly. I slept extremely well and that is a good commentary because of the nerves that one has during these events . I only wish we had been able to take advantage of the beautiful pool, but it was the wrong time of year.

« Good as ever after 3rd time »

We have used this hotel now 3 times on our way down from Oklahoma to catch a flight from DFW. The standards never drop. Modern, huge rooms, friendly staff and so convenient to the restaurants (our favourite Texas Roadhouse is less than 1 minute walk across the car park). Also free wifi which unlike many hotels does not drop or only work in the lounge areas - works well everywhere. If you are looking for very reasonably priced hotel in the area or on your way to DFW (35 mins in a car) then this is the pick of the bunch. Don't miss what it has to offer!

    « Perfect! »

It's so challenging these days to feel like you get your money's worth when you stay in a hotel, but this hotel made our dollars stretch. We paid for 4 rooms for our daughters wedding weekend and our out of town guests, including us (we stayed too) considered this hotel wonderful. The rooms are huge and nicely appointed. The spa shower refreshing and large with good water pressure. The beds were comfortable with a choice of pillow types. The separate seating area in the room allowed for guests into our room without them sitting on the beds. (The couch, though attractive, was not comfortable to sit on as the side bars made you tilt towards the center and sink in the middle. As a bed it was decent.) The rooms had ceiling lighting, plenty of lamps and ceiling fans with dimmer switches to increase the brightness and fan flow. Breakfast was nice with made to order eggs, a treat from those powdery tasting ones in most hotels. The potato casserole and pigs in a blanket on Sunday were a fun change. Coffee bar was delicious. Food was fresh and the buffet well maintained spoons outside of the dish or handles held up with the lid. The staff was friendly and accommodating everyday. I will choose this Best Western Premiere again.

« Very good but no suites »

Let me explain the headline. They have what you might call "junior suites" but they don't have real suites. A real suite has a solid door (and wall) to separate the bedroom from living room. This has a wall that comes out 4-5 feet but it has a wooden box pattern on it so it's not even a solid wall. The rooms are spacious and nice but they are not suites. So it wasn't really a fair comparison to nearby Homewood suites which offers real suites. But that aside this is a nice place to stay. Everything in the hotel is in very good condition. The rooms, the common areas, the pool, etc. are all very well maintained. I'd have to think hard to come up with something that wasn't in good shape. The staff was all very helpful and attentive enough (i.e. this isn't the Ritz). Whatever we needed was taken care of quickly and with a positive attitude. Pluses about the room. The 2 queen bed suite is a huge room (it's not a suite but it is big). It also has 2 ceiling fans which, if you know how unreliable hotel ac systems are is a good way to keep the air circulating without leaving the AC running all the time. The bathrooms were in good shape too. The showers had 2 bonus jets -which I tried and didn't love but I'm sure others will. Given what you see today the TVs in the room are a bit small but we didn't really care (I wouldn't stay elsewhere over this) and they did have a good choice of channels for families (i.e not the 10 sports options we often see in other hotels but only 1 kids channel). Breakfast. What set this apart from Homewood was they will make omlets for you. Steamer tray eggs get old really fast so this was a nice touch. The one odd thing is that they don't serve bacon on weekends so you only get those hockey puck sausages which I don't love. Only other minor strike is they only have generic Lipton tea. But coffee options are good and everything they serve was tasty enough (it's free so you can't expect 4 star meals). The pools was fun for the kids but not heated at all so way too cold for grown ups. Hopefully they address that as that made playing with the kids in the pool a bit more difficult. But the pool has waterfall which kids and birds love and the area around the waterfall is a shallow wading area. So overall a good option and a great reminder that Best Western does have nice hotels out there.

This hotel and the great staff will far exceed your expectations. I travel a lot and I know this hotel makes you feel like you are special. The rooms are big. The showers are really nice. « Good but needs some maintenace »

This is our 4th or 5th stay here. We were in room 323 (I think it was at the far end of the hall on the right away from the noises. Pulled out sofa bed and it had a collection of junk under it. Needed a good vacuum - found pills and wrappers. The bathroom was what seemed to need the most love. The shower especially. The post holding the shower door on was ready to snap. The floor in this shower is dangerously sloped. I had to really fight to keep from sliding down the slope. A child or elderly person would be in danger or falling. The slope appeared to push the water to the far side that left a lot of water to pool and erode the grout at the end of the shower and the water was filled with crumbs or mild - hard to tell which. All the lower edges of the shower need a good cleaning and a re-grouting. I did notify the front desk of the issues. The breakfast is the usual hotel buffet fair with a fresh omelette station.

They staff really try and go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant and trouble free as possible. I arrived late (after 8pm) and they helped to locate a restaurant to deliver food to hotel. The bartender very friendly and helpful as was person at reception desk. The 2 of them appeared to be running the entire hotel by themselves.

« Great stay that exceeded expectations! »

My family stayed here during my niece's wedding and really enjoyed it. The rooms were clean, large and contemporary in their decor. The beds were VERY comfortable as well. The free morning breakfast was AWESOME - complete with made to order omlettes, pancakes / waffles, fresh fruit & more. I also thought the service was great. My elderly dad has some health issues so we had dinner brought in on Friday night. The staff was so helpful and willing to find us dishes and silverware for use - which was greatly appreciated. I'd definitely stay here again!

This hotel was very nice from the outside, but even more elaborate on the inside. The lobby is modern, clean and inviting. The rooms have exceptional décor and contained everything we needed. The ceiling fans were the icing on the cake!

« Great room- lousy lounge »

The room was lovely. Large and comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable. However, the lights in the room, while many, were very dim. And the bartender on two nights was totally inept. First she didn't know how to make a martini and didn't know what a twist was. Then she didn't know how to make one of the hotel's drinks of the month. I believe there was no alcohol what so ever in it. Then another night she served a gin and tonic in a soda glass and had no lemons nor limes. I realize this is a hotel bar, but come on.

    « Guest services- Teresa »

I would like to compliment the customer service I received from Teresa while trying to book a room. I unexpectedly needed a room for the night while on business. So I called ahead to reserve one at the best western premier. I spoke to Teresa, who was very friendly and personable on the phone and even allowed me to hold the room based on my contact information alone since I was driving and could not provide a cc# easily. When I checked in I was greeted with wide smiles from Teresa and the front desk staff. They made me feel important and valued as a guest. I would highly recommend their service to anyone staying in the Denton/UNT area.

    « Great hotel! »

I have never stayed at a Best Western Premier before. I was so pleased with the quality of the hotel and the room. I am very picky about hotels and this one more than exceeded my expectations! The bed was so comfortable, the room was nice and new. Ceiling fans in both living and bed area of the king room, which was very spacious. I was also pleasantly surprised by the beautiful bathroom; granite counters, basin sink and a wonderful walk-in shower. The breakfast buffet was also an added bonus! After I checked out and arrived back home, I realized that I had left a brand new $50 bottle of facial cleanser in the bathroom of the hotel. I was just sick about it but called the hotel the next morning and I was told that they had found it, along with my contact solution, and were happy to mail it to me! I can't say enough good things about this hotel!

    « A MUST STAY HOTEL! »

You would not believe that this hotel is 7 years old. From the construction to the furnishings they hit a home run with this one. Modern furniture, comfortable beds, the absolute best breakfast buffet I have ever experienced at any hotel. From waffles shaped like the state of Texas to cook to order omelets you won't be disappointed. Last but not least is the top notch customer service you receive from the staff that works here. I would like to personally recognize Rochelle she is amazing. All in all hands down a great place to stay..

This was a high class hotel experience. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was top of the line. The only problem I had was trying to adjust the shower so I didn't get scalded.

« Very beautiful room and hotel »

I have never stayed in a Premier Life Best Western and I was floored. This is not your typical best western. the rooms are spacious and beautiful as well as the rest of the hotel. The shower was a really nice upgrade over a typical hotel. And the pool and hot tub were really well designed with a cascading waterfall. I would definitely recommend staying here.

« Comfy beds in large guest rooms »

The rooms are large and new, and the beds are very comfortable. All the rooms are excellent except one. Tell the front desk you don't want the room by the banquet/conference room on the first floor, as clean-up after evening events can be very loud and disrupt sleep.

« Great stay in Denton! »

King room is very spacious! Comes with a couch, chair and a work desk. Fridge, microwave and sink for a little kitchenette area is perfect for a weekend trip. Room has 2 ceiling fans and the shower is amazing! Breakfast comes with an omelet station and a good variety of things to eat. Not your typical continental breakfast. Hotel is conveniently located right off of I35 with several restaurants within walking distance and shopping nearby.

    « 1st time at a Best Western »

I admit that I have never stayed at a Best Western property ever before now. I loved this hotel!!!! This hotel was fabulous! The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to hotels. This hotel met or exceeded all of my high expectations. The location of this hotel is fantastic. Olive Garden and Red Lobster are located just a few feet from the hotel. Both the mall and Wal-Mart are less than 5 minutes away by car. I look forward to staying at this hotel again in the future.

« Best western is always reliable »

I stayed here for business in the beginning of the month. It was quiet and the room was nice. There was water and cookies in the room when I got there, which I thought was cute. There wasn't much hall noise and I right beside the stairs, which worried me at first. But there wasn't any loud people coming or going. There is shopping close by and several restaurants only a minute walk away. I stay at a lot of Best Westerns and I always find them very consistent and the breakfast is handy in the morning when time is restricted. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

    « Fantastic Stay »

Ne and my mother booked an 8 day stay at the last minute for this hotel and i have to say we were very surprised by this best western. The room is very spacious and clean. I will say the highlight of the hotel is there free breakfast. Its not your normal juice and fruit. Terra makes some of the best omelets and she makes them to order. I would stay here again if only to have another omelet from Terra.

« Great hotel for a business trip »

Very clean, well appointed rooms. Super friendly staff. This hotel vastly exceeded my expectations and this is where I'll stay when I'm in Denton for work in the future. I stayed on the 4th floor and may be in an upgraded room, but the hotel is in great condition. The beds are comfy, the rooms are quiet. You get the sense that this property is well cared for. I recommend this place for sure.

« Do Not Let the Sparkle fool you - Poor Guest Service. »

We wanted a hotel to stay in after a Valentine's night out and I have seen this hotel on the inside when I held a business meeting last summer. this appears to be a superior looking hotel in the lobby and it sparkles and shines. We get a room and because of a last minute decision only Suites were available (Suite) makes you assume much nicer than normal. We get to the room and I find the room very cold so I try to adjust a thermostat on the wall that has buttons only to find myself locked out so we are very cold in the room and in the bedroom area the air blew constantly cold (Wife now has a cold) and so she says I am going to take a bath to try and warm up - Guess what no bath tub in a suite (wife very happy now) so I say let's get under the covers and get some sleep she gets in the bed and I am unsure if a spring is broke or what but the bed is uncomfortable as well. Long story short $160.00 later I have an unhappy wife which meant I have an unhappy life that night. We mention the issues to the night clerk he tells my wife - Nothing he can Do if we do not like it leave a comment on the website or call and complain to the manager. That was a great Guest Service answer. My advice is do not let the glitter and sparkle fool you they are not Guest oriented and the rooms are subpar in the details, again they look good at first look but the details are not and they do not cater to the guest. We use Hotels at least 6 - 8 times a year and I was looking for a new place and this is not it. - Beware !!

« One of the best »

This hotel is one of the best I've been to in a long time. The scenery lobby area and pool area excellent! ! I booked a conference room for a business venture and Mrs. Teresa in sales was so helpful. This place and the staff get 10's across the board from me. Thank you so much. I will return for a night stay.

    « Very nice!! »

We came in a little before midnight after a concert and we're very pleased with our whole experience! The room was spacious and comfortable, the shower in the bathroom with jets on the wall was beyond amazing and the omlette breakfast in the morning was so yummy! Only reason we did not rate 5 stars is the ceiling fans made horrible clacking noises! One of the selling points of this hotel when we were shopping around was ceiling fans in the room. Thankfully we brought a portable fan otherwise we would have asked to switch rooms. Besides this small glitch everything was perfect. I would recommend staying here!

    5
« Great Stay for a short get away »

Wanted to get away for the weekend, best choice we made! Would recommend to everyone. Room was clean and perfect in every way! Hotel is close to many places to eat and most within walking distance. The shower was big enough for two, and the extra water jets were an added bonus!!

    « Best Western Stay »

Staff at this location was amazing from check in to check out. The only thing that we had a little trouble with was the internet connection, it was a little slow. Breakfast staff and the breakfast itself was top notch.

    « Still a great hotel »

I stayed here one time before, and it was just as great now as it was back then! Although it was sad to see that Nick and Jevon didn't work there anymore, because they were very nice last time. The current staff is still very helpful and nice. There was a manager last time whose name I don't remember but she seemed to be mean to the employees... She wasn't there this time. Overall, still a great hotel with an A-1 breakfast!

    « very nice hotel, »

Very clean, quiet, good beds, lots of parking. Good access to a decent restaurant and a gas station. Dropped off the interstate without a reservation, tired after a long day on the road, and the staff could not have been more efficient in getting us checked in. Decent breakfast to start the next day.

    5
    « A...mazing! »

We only had a night to spend, but this is the type of place you'd want to spend a week or so. The rooms are awesome, the amenities are above most of what you get at other hotels. The breakfast the next morning offered many hot choices and was very tasty. It's very easily accessible from the highway, too.

    4
    « Family trip »

Breakfast was above what we expected. Lots of variety and tasted good. The staff was very available. Rooms were clean and well arranged. I would gladly stay here again and wished that we were here for more than one night. The location is very convenient and near restaurants and shopping.

    « Last minute stay »

I walked in at 8:30 in the evening after a long day with no reservation. The front desk clerk was super helpful and pleasant!!! I would definitely book this hotel again. Everything was clean and the room had a nice large feel to it!

    « Pleasantly surprised! »

In Denton for a family funeral and several of us had rooms. I've never stayed in a Best Western during my travels simply because I have other favorites. I must admit however this Best Western Premier had a friendly and helpful staff. The room was quite spacious and clean! When in town I would go back to Best Western Premier.

« Perfect hotel for a business traveler »

I've stayed here many times over last 2-3 years, and it's always been very comfortable. The base level room includes a couch and large sitting area, and the breakfast includes eggs to order, which is rarer and rarer. The service has always been good. For instance, Nate and Sebastian went out of their way to wrangle Expedia to make payment on my recently made reservation, getting me on my way to the room quickly. When I was stranded here during an ice storm last year, the bartender went above and beyond to keep me comfortable. This is a top-notch mid-range hotel.

« Bad Service Makes A Good Hotel Look Bad »

Me and my fiancée were looking forward for our staying in this hotel, so we rented a hotel room for our honey moon and some things about the service made us regret doing it. The hotel does look nice in general, it has very nice furniture and looks clean. The breakfast is good they have a nice buffet going on. They also have a bar. Our room was large had a nice view, again the furniture in the rooms is new and nice looking. The hotel is nice but here is why we were not satisfied with it: -When we arrived around 7 pm there was no one on the front desk and we waited for 15 minutes until a phone call brought the attendant to the desk. If it wasn't for that call who know for how long we would have stayed there waiting (her on her wedding dress and carrying bags me on my wedding suit carrying cases so it was a bit awkward). -While In the room we asked for a set of silverware, this was around 6 pm the next day, well this simple task took more than 45 minutes. By that time we didn't need it anymore. -Just before we left on our second day of stay around 11 am the room cleaning service knocked 4 times and tried to open the door more than once, if it wasn't for the lock they would have been able to open the door. Checkout was at 12 pm we still had 1 hour. This just made us want to leave immediately. It's a shame a hotel with so many good reviews couldn't stand by their reputation on such an important date for us.

« Best Place for business meeting in a long time »

This was a great place to schedule for a business meeting (which was help at an external site). The hotel has a FANTASTIC free breakfast plus a restaurant and a bar (which I know was used by meeting participants). Four other restaurants within easy walking distance.

    « Staff appraisal »

Wanted to commend Clint in the breakfast area. He was polite and exceptionally helpful with attending to my special dietrary requirements. And he made the BESt omelette. The cleaning staff were great too- always smiling- overall the staff were the highlight and made my stay exceptional.

    « I found a home !! »

I travel about 100 days a year around the State of Texas, staying in many hotels. I can honestly say that this hotel is the best overall experience that I have ever had...bar none! The hotel is beautifully kept and from the minute I walked in and was greeted by the front desk girls, Rochelle and Gabby, I knew this was a special place. As you travel from work, every hotel stay seems to run together, and the only thing that really separates them is how the employees treat you. The people here honestly make you feel like family and it isnt fake! I was using the business center sending a fax and couldnt get it right and the Sales Dept Theresa happen to walk by and came and sat down and saw my troubles . She took me into her office and faxed my pages for me and we actually laughed and talked awhile after. This isnt something that employees have to do. They do it because they are good people. At breakfast, Clint, from F&B came up to me and spoke and was really concerned about how I was and if I needed anything. This isnt the norm in alot of hotels Upon leaving after 3 days, I stopped at the desk and spoke to the GM Casey and I saw why everyone at this hotel acted the way they do. Its just plain good management that brings out the heart in their employees. I am not getting anything free or discounted for writing this review...I just felt like it should be told. Just because its the right thing to do. I WILL be back and I WILL tell everyone that this is where we want to stay from now on. Thank you to all of the staff and Im truly honest when I say "I HAVE FOUND A HOME"

« stayed because of sudden death of son »

My son died suddenly and we rented 3 rooms immediately, through Priceline.Other family members rented additional rooms also. The rate was great for first 3 days on first room. Clerks couldn't give me same rate, but gave us hospital rate for the other three days which helped a lot. Everyone , especially Gabby Ebron, Melissa Randle desk clerks, and Clint, Terra and Cessy breakfast area, were helpful and concerned about our tragedy. The rooms were great and big. The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated .Breakfast was really good everyday. Will recommend this hotel to everyone.

« Clint, the Omelette Master »

The room was exceptional, with a super comfy bed and a shower with extra sprayers to massage your back after a long day sitting in a board meeting! The true hidden gem of this location is Clint, serving up 5-star omelettes in the morning. He cooked my eggs perfectly, and was the reason I took time to write this review! Thanks, Clint!!

    « Relaxing and quiet »

Enjoyed out stay. When traveling to Denton we try and book this hotel as we have consistently had a good experience. Friendly staff. and quiet room. Reasonable rates. Room includes parking, free internet connection. We like to book the king suite enjoying a larger room.

    « Truly a 'Premier' hotel »

Nice big room, breakfast, hot tub, beautiful pool with lovely waterfall, and friendly employees were all EXCELLENT! We love going here for a little "get away!" « Visiting son in Denton »

We enjoyed a 2 queen room with the extra sitting area, which was wonderful for 5 people to visit and play cards. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The hot breakfast is good and has a lot of variety. We also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub even though the weather was chilly (40-50). The staff is all very friendly.

    « great room! »

The room was extremely nice! The entire room and bathroom were very clean. We had big bathroom which was great. Our room was nicely furnished. Beds were very comfortable. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone.

    « Clean & comfortable »

We stayed at this property in December on a trip to Kansas. The lobby area is lovely and there are snacks available for purchase from the front desk (we wanted Nibs, we got Nibs!). The room was quite clean and spacious, WIFI was quick. Breakfast was plentiful - you can have an omelet made for you but we didn't order that so can't review that. The other items were very good and fresh. We'll stay again the next time we need a room in the Denton area!

« Home away from Home »

Very comfortable rooms. We stay in the Kiing Plus which has a King bed and couch. Great for my daughter to come over to visit when we are in town. Hotel employees are friendly. When I travel alone, I feel safe at this property. Pool area is beautiful. Several restaurants within walking distance.

    « Quality of Hotels »

I will go out of our way to stay in this Hotel instead of any other in the Dallas, Fort Worth area, They are very friendly and very helpful to answer any questions we had. also gave us coupons to eat at a large restaurant nearby by that was serving outstanding food. We will go out of our way to stay there the next time we travel to Texas. The staff is very outstanding and is always ready to help if you need it. The free breakfast was outstanding and had fresh fruit available along with great coffee. We highly recommend this Hotel for any one in the area. We have stayed and many best westerns but they were to us just slightly better than others . This Best Western is in a class by its self for the customers.

    5
    « Very nice »

The room was huge and included a mini kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, and sink, in addition to a sofa, chairs, and desk. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice with a large walk-in shower instead of a tub. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good, the property overall is very nice. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

« Need to improve cleanliness during breakfast »

The hotel was beautiful, and the room was nice and clean. However, during breakfast all the silverware was extremely dirty, the knives had food marks. I could not bring myself to use it. Please improve this as I wod give you 5 stars.

This hotel is very nice and an excellent value for your money. Our room was spacious and very clean. It was very quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast, which had a nice selection of foods. A sweet lady named Sharon was helping in the serving area and helped us feel at home. I would recommend this hotel to everyone if you are in the Denton area.

« Great stay for family wedding »

Excellent hotel. Very clean. Easy check-in--even late at night, staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Only regret is that I couldn't stay longer. Would recommend this hotel for family travel or business.

    « Amazing »

My husband will go so far as to say that this is the best hotel in Denton. He loves all the cool things they offer including a texting service to check on you. They have the plug in for electric vehicles. Breakfast includes made to order omelettes. Rooms are spacious! We have no complaints for our visit. But we did hear the ice drop in the ice machine very early in the morning. It wasn't loud though.

« Parent Visit to UNT Stay »

I've stayed at this hotel several times. The room was nice and clean, large, and pillows were good, regretted having packed my own. There's a fridge and a microwave. Breakfast great, Sharon served me a made-to-order omlette, and made it with veggies, off-menu items. She took the time to help me with the pancake maker (easy!) and the waffle iron. Be patient at check-in. We arrived after midnight. While I had an email to prove my reservation, the hotel's computer system had not grabbed the res. The reservation information had been faxed and the fax relegated to a pile of faxes in another room, delaying check-in. This was the first time I've had a problem like that here, and as I've said, I've stayed here repeatedly, so perhaps it is some kind of system upgrade issue. I'd say the benefits of staying here outweigh the delay at check-in, we'll be back. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance, basically in the same parking lot.

« Graduation trip for family and friends »

Room, location and amenities were great. Breakfast was awesome. Loved my suite, spa shower and bed. Was there for my wife's graduation with family and friends. Would recommend. « Great Place to Stay in College Town »

We have visited our UNT student for the past 4 years and stayed at a few different hotels in Denton, but always wind up back at this hotel. This Best Western Premier is by far the best in the area and we chose to celebrate our son's graduation weekend without having to worry about extra details. What a great decision!! Hotel is located in close proximity to the college and within walking distance of popular restaurants. Rooms were very large and comfortable. Our family and friends especially enjoyed the special attention given them by Sharon, Terra and Cessy in the hotel dining area. Special thanks to these hard-working ladies for making our stay so enjoyable! We will be back soon!!

« Great place to stay for UNT graduation »

Rooms are large, beds are comfortable and service is excellent. There is a little hallway and above floor noise at night but not enough to keep you awake. Property appears to be fairly new and area seems safe for morning walks. Tasty breakfast included with Sharon, Terra and Cesy taking care of our every need.

My husband and I would like to thank Sharon and Terra in the breakfast buffet. These ladies are amazing. Polite, wonderful greeting ever morning!!! Always treating you like you are a king and a queen. They made you feel like family away from home. I don't like being away from home very much, but theses ladies excelled everything. Even waiting on you hand and foot. I will be enjoying your serves again. Hope God blesses these two ladies this Christmas. They are angels!!!! Thanks, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Mathis

« A few snafus at check-in but excellent attitudes & customer service »

The weather was awful as a massive rain front and a cold front were meeting in Denton and pouring cold rain, but the customer service I received at this hotel was great. There was a bit of a snafu at check-in during which they accidentally gave me room keys to someone else's room but they quickly rectified that situation and got me in the proper room. The in-lobby breakfast buffet is good, but not great, but the friendly spirit and helpful attitude of the staff made it better than it was. The bartender, Sami, was similarly very friendly and helpful. The facilities were very new and quite nice. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I would not hesitate to choose this Best Western property again.

« Best of Best Western »

This hotel is in the `Premier' line of Best Western venues and for good reason. The property is modern beautiful with bar. Breakfast is expansive with pancakes, waffles, and made to order omelets. It was too cold to try the pool that has waterfall features. The accessible room was what an accessible room should be. Doors were wide, large roll in shower and comfortable beds. Ask for 1st floor ADA rooms near the back door for easy entry/exit.

« Great hotel, nice and caring staff »

We have stayed at this hotel every Thanksgiving for 4 years in a row. You can tell it is run right with the retention of many of the same staff members over the years. Awesome hotel, great and caring staff, nice little bar to unwind for a second, and an awesome free morning breakfast. Melissa was very nice to our needs, the maintenance man (I forget his name) fixed 2 small issues we had in the room, and Georgia is awesome on the breakfast with a made to order omelet. Free wifi, daily room cleanings, free paper, free breakfast,. The hotel even gave me complimentary shaving cream and toothpaste when I forgot Aplus!!!!

« First time visiting Denton, TX »

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. We were in town for the Mean Green Basketball Tournament. I must say the hotel was well maintained, clean, friendly staff and I can't forget the awesome breakfast spread. There is nothing continental about the breakfast there. My husband and I enjoyed the morning breakfast, special thanks to Sharon and Terra for the awesome cook to order omelette's each morning and showing such southern hospitality.

    « Always Great »

This is my favorite hotel. When we visit our family in Denton, we always stay here. The employees are very nice and Georgia who cooks the breakfast omelets is absolutely great and so are the omelets. Our room is always clean and I always ask for the top floor and have never been disappointed....they always have me on the top floor. This hotel is very close to four restaurants....so close that you can walk to them. I love this hotel....so much that I leave my motor home at home so I can stay here.

There is also a Texas shaped waffle maker.

« Good hotel, terrible bar experience »

I was at the hotel for an awards ceremony and there were several hundred folks attending. The hotel is new and the facilities are very nice and rooms are clean and very nice. The bar service was terrible. The bar staff didnt know how to make simple drinks like vodka tonic or martinis. Seriously! Plus they were very slow. Its clear that they were front desk people that got pulled in to help out. Hire some bartenders that are knowledgeable and fast with orders.

We stay at this hotel every year for our NASCAR weekend. The hotel and staff are amazing. The price is great. Free breakfast (and not just the usual continental breakfast). A full breakfast bar with an omelet station, pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, and more. The rooms are large and very clean. The hotel lobby is always clean and well decorated. The beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. We have already booked for NASCAR 2016 weekend. The new manager (Kacey) is wonderful too.

The entire staff are excellent, especially, Sharon, Georgia, and the General Manager. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was great. The location near the race track and many eating places. And the room rates fit my budget very well.

This facility offered a very clean and inviting environment. Great place for singles or family travelers. Room was excellent, hotel staff was very friendly, and necessities such as refrigerator/microwave were new items. The free breakfast was excellent and made even better by the individual preparing the fresh omelets (Sharon). She was very friendly and pleasant to be around.

    « Worthy of Athletes »

We were eating our Texas-shaped waffles when we were surrounded by tall, athletic young women. A sweat shirt or two indicated the university represented, and then we saw "Volleyball". Lovely young ladies in the middle of a Texas tour, and they seemed to enjoy the waffles--and other delightful breakfast items--at least as well as we did. This was our second stay at Denton's Best Western Premier, and employees such as Terra and Sharon rewarded our decision to stay even more completely than the one last year. In successful Denton visits, no other hotel will do.

    « Great! »

I decided to stay here prior to my daughter's wedding to see what type of experience our guests would be having. I am very pleased with what I saw! Sharon at the breakfast bar was amazing! She is beyond friendly. Melissa at the front desk was very helpful and a smiling face!

    « Great Hotel! »

Great hotel, everything felt new. Rooms were very nice, with both a small refrigerator and a microwave. We stayed two nights. The pool area and hot tub was nice as well. All the people were very friendly. Sharon and Terra took care of our breakfast needs. The breakfast bar had plenty to eat with cooked to order omelets. My only gripe could possibly be that the bar closes at 10pm, rather than 11. Will be back next time I'm in Denton.

    « Staff »

I booked this hotel online through hotels.com for my grandson and his new bride to stay the night. I was prompted to put the name of the person staying in the room and I put his name. I then completed the payment information with my name and my credit card. I soon received an email confirmation with my name on it. Before the wedding I called the hotel directly and asked if I could get into the room before the wedding to leave a gift basket I had prepared for the bride and groom. The lady I spoke with was very nice and told me she would make a note of my request by the reservation and for me to call the day of the wedding to make sure they had a room ready. When I did this, I was told by another member of staff that I absolutely could not get into the room because my name was not on the reservation. I explained to her that I had made the reservation and paid for the room, also that there should be a note about my request. She said I could come with them when they checked in and bring the basket. Really? Then she said I could leave it there and let housekeeping put it in the room. I chose not to do that because the first staff person told me that would not be a good idea. Disappointed I made another plan. The evening of the wedding, after the couple checked in I got a text welcoming me to the hotel and asking how my arrival experience was. Then the next day I got another text thanking me for staying with them and would I like to share my experience. These texts came from the hotel, not hotels.com. Not sure about the hotel itself but their business practices are definitely lacking.

    « Only Place I Stay »

This is the only hotel we ever consider when we stay in Denton, Texas. It is clean, the beds are comfortable, it is decorated beautifully, and they have the best breakfast ever. They have very dedicated employees like Sharon and Juanita who always make you feel welcome and remember you when you return to stay again. Over the last year we stayed at this hotel approximately seven days....we would have stayed the other five, but it was booked. Anyways, I love this hotel and never, ever consider staying anyplace else when we are in the Denton area. It is located close to shopping and is easy to find and there are four restaurants that are in walking distance from this hotel, On The Border, Texas Roadhouse , Olive Garden, and Red Lobster. Our favorite hotel ever.

« Watch your reservation price »

They tried to charge $40 over our reservation price for the room. This was for the base price. When told this was wrong and showed reservation they changed price. This time they attempt to use the total reservation price as the base price and charge me $20 more. They charged my credit care the $40 dollars over price which I checked while in the room. Made them adjust it also. Seems shady if you are someone who doesn't watch them closely

Nice large King room with mini-kitchen suited our needs very well. Our request for a lower floor got us a ground floor room which was much appreciated. Though expensive, it was competitively priced for the area.

« Great place and staff »

Great Best Western, clean, excellent staff, the breakfast was hot and delicious. The room we had was a Queen Suite at a very reasonable price. It was a very large room with a separate seating area with a couch. The shower was amazing! Must stay here if you are going through Denton.

« Home away from home »

This was fantastic accommodation! The room was spacious, comfortable, very clean and had every amenity a person could need. The breakfast bar was an added bonus. Sharon made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast and created delicious omelettes. She was friendly and paid attention to the details of the experience. I would recommend this establishment to anyone. It was easy to find local shopping, restaurants and had easy access to the University. What I liked best was the southern hospitality!

    « Awesome hotel »

I frequently use this Best Western when I am in Denton Texas. It is ALWAYS clean and fresh and the staff are always accommodating and polite. Will continue to use whenever I can. My boss tried to book my hotel for me the last stay at another chain. I wouldn't have it. Told her not only is this a better hotel than they are, but the rates are more competitive. Love this hotel!

    « Pretty good hotel »

Pros: clean safe good breakfast really big TV with lots of channels cool looking pool (that we didn't use) decorated nicely Cons: noisy (loud doors slamming, can hear people walking above) small maintenance issues in the room (broken bathtub drain, non-functional lamp) only one bath cloth in a double room We paid about $150 per night for a double. For the price, it's about what you would expect. It's fine.

« Great Place to Stay »

This hotel is always clean. Has a great location near 35E. Has 3 restaurants located with in feet of hotel and many other places a short drive. Close to many different places to visit or shop. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is always great and you can have a night cap at the bar in the hotel. Highly recommend this place to stay.

    « I will stay again »

The staff was very friendly. The room we stayed in was extremely clean and well-maintained as was the rest of the hotel. It was located within walking distance of several nice restaurants. We enjoyed the breakfast it had a variety of items to choose from and they all were good. The only complaint I had was no hot water to take a shower in the morning. It was lukewarm at best but we've raised six teenagers at one point in time so we were used to it!! Lol. It's one of the nicer hotels we stayed at and we will definitely return.

« Beautiful hotel with great rooms »

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was nicely decorated and the rooms were very large and spacious. We had a ceiling fan and a huge tv in the room as well. Our room was extremely clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet too. We had a great stay here!

    « Very Good »

Traveled to Denton,Tx on Business and was told by others that this was a great hotel. I was not disappointed. Good continental breakfast, you can get omelets made for you and the staff was polite and helpful. Hotel is kept clean and the rooms are spacious and well kept. One problem I had was the location of my room. First floor next to side entrance/exit. I could hear the door at all hours. I probably should had asked to change my room. Overall a good hotel that is very clean.

« Dog in the kitchen »

A non service animal was feed several sausage patties at the buffet line... Problem : A guest pick individual sausage patties with her finger tips from the buffet and feed her large golden lab mix while joyfully talking to the staff. The dog was very happy and sat eagerly for the next bite to be " hand delivered" from the buffet container...Why are dogs allowed ? Why are people allowed to use their hands in buffet line to pick up food in front of STAFF.

« Great customer service and friendly atmosphere? »

I recently visited Denton for a wedding. The hotel was clean and the rooms were very contemporary for a Best Western. I'm guessing Premier is a nicer brand of the hotel chain. Regardless each and every staff member was friendly and attentive. More impressively I showed up just as the complimentary buffet breakfast was closing down and wasn't turned away. Sharon and Terra insisted they prepare a quick plate for me. Thanks again ladies!

    « Disgusting »

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past and never had a problem. This past stay my sheets had large yellow stains and my towels were brown and still had makeup on them from a previous guest. When I asked for assistance I was given an attitude. All the staff I encountered seemed like they wanted to be social rather than assist you. I had an unusually long wait to check in that I have never experienced. One representative even asked me to come get my towels because she was busy at the bar. Best Western needs to look into getting new linens and more help if their employees are too busy to help customers.

« Lots of Space - quiet stay »

We've stayed here before, but our room this time seemed bigger as it was on a corner. It had a lovely curved window in the bedroom, which was a nice detail. The bed was quite comfortable and the room certainly was a lot of space for two people. The breakfast was good, with quite a few choices including omelets made to order. The only down side was the bar. The bartender did not know how to make a standard martini! But this Best Western is markedly nicer than the other one in Denton.

    « Very Nice »

This is quite possibly the nicest Best Western I've ever stayed at. The hotel is brand new, the rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are modern and clean. They have a pretty decent offering for the breakfast buffet and I like the close proximity to restaurants.

    « Impressive, mostly »

Very nice room, clean and spacious. The walk-in shower was impressive, until I turned on the hot water. Never got better than lukewarm. Then wi-fi Internet was painfully slow. Would really like to stay there again, but hot water and Internet service will need to improve.

    « Bad Breakfast »

Everything was great at the hotel except for the breakfast. You need more people to help make sure there is enough breakfast and nobody needs to wait. My family was hungry and half of the items on the buffet breakfast were all gone and hadn't been replaced yet. We asked and we were told to wait as only one person was doing everything. Very bad policy!

    « Great Stay »

For this class of hotel, this may be the best stay we have ever had. The room was very nice ...roomy....appointed very well. The breakfast was exceptional with a chef preparing moles or eggs to order. The hotel was very clean and well maintained.

    « Excellent value »

This was a brief overnight stay for us. The staff were friendly; the facility, including lobby, dining area, room and bath were exceptionally clean. The bed superbly comfortable. The TV remote came in a little cloth-like bag, having been sanitized. I appreciate that! ---Made to order omelettes were offered in addition to the usual breakfast fare. They looked good, but not being a breakfast eater, I did not partake. ---No negatives here. My only suggestion for the management would be to add another towel bar for the bath towels. Would definitely return!

« Housekeeping staff standards have fallen in the last couple of years »

I have stayed here several times a year for the past 7 or 8 years. It is in a nice location and reasonably priced. Over the last few years I have noticed falling standards--dirt in bathroom corners, carpets with crumbs, desks not wiped clean, linens that were washed but were worn and stained. All these things are fixable so hopefully management will take notice. The front desk folks could stand a little retraining as well. In the meantime I will be staying at the hotel on the other side of the parking lot. Rooms that end in an even number (2,4,6..) have a nicer view but get a bit more highway noise. Room that end in an odd number (1,3,5,...) face the parking lot. There are almost no rooms ever available on the ground floor so don't get your hopes up for that. But, the elevators are quick. The ice machines are generally across from rooms ending in a 3 or 5 and are noisy all night. The elevators are across from rooms ending in a 7. They aren't that noisy but the guests getting on and off can be at times. The pool view is around rooms ending in 24 or 26ish I think (high even number). Wifi is good. Breakfast is good, though the lady who fixes the omelets always seems to be in the back doing something else. Just knock on the side door to the kitchen and she will come out.

    « Parent weekend »

When I come to Denton I love staying at the Best Western on Brinker Rd.. When I can't get a room I'm disappointed, on this trip for Parent weekend I wanted to stay 3 nights. I could not get thurs, fri & sat night. I started looking for another hotel but could not get rooms for those days So I got the reservation for Friday and Saturday night king room at the best western. Then a few days before my trip I went on Expedia.com and found a double queen at the Best western for Thursday night so I booked it. So I had to change rooms the front staff kept my luggage in storage until I could check in. It was a little inconvenient but worth it!
