    Maids are sorry and stole my boyfriend laptop. I wouldn't recommend this hotel period. The staff is terrible and I wouldn't stay here if I was given a month free stay. Breakfast was horrible and cold.

    We reserved 2 nights here and added a third since we were visiting family and friends. We used to stay here 15-20 years ago when it was under different management and thought it would be nice to stay again. Boy was I wrong! Check in was fine and the young lady at the front desk was very nice. Told me what a great rate I had gotten. Little did I know I probably could've gotten the same rate at a 5 star hotel, but it was Thanksgiving ! We got to our room and it was very dated with a musty smell. But we were tired . We called the front desk because the toilet kept running,they sent someone right away and it was fixed, so we thought. Breakfast was ok, continental, so you can't expect greatness, but it was packed it took 30 mins to put a coffee and make a waffle and they were out of waffle mix. I had woken up with a scratchy throat, thinking nothing of it I stopped and got cold medicine. We were getting ready to go to the beach when we picked up our bags from under the suitcase stand and everything, bag, towels bathing suit was wet! We called the front desk and someone came, wet vacuumed the floor, took off the an panel and left not saying anything, off we went for our day. We came back, went to bed but as soon as I was back in the room my head filled up. I was up several times during the night coughing and using the bathroom , trying not to wake my husband/daughter. But the toilet kept running. My husband got up, went to breakfast, and the toilet was still Running. It was then that we decided that I was getting sicker and the mold/mildew in the room was making it worse. I called to try to cancel and the booking agency called the hotel and they refused a refund for the third night. So I went to the front desk and checked out and asked for a refund which was denied, I asked about a credit for a future visit and when the front desk girl asked her manager she said no/nothing. Also while I was checking out someone else was checking out and that front desk person( who originally checked me in) was talking about me in Spanish which I found to be very rude and unprofessional and uncalled for. Oh yes there was confusion about the rooms that she was checking out from (several rooms). Not only does this hotel need updating, it also needs some education on professionalism .

    broken sofa bed. Front desk knew about it but still tried to rent it out to me Ended up having to change rooms where the AC was loud. Second room had urine around the toilet, sink was clogged, mattress was uncomfortable and made noises every time a moved in the middle of the night. The beds are too small for two adults to sleep in. Housekeepers walked up to you don't even make eye contact and say nothing to you.

    Customer service was great! The pool was great for the kids. Room was very clean. Easy access to the highway. The breakfast was fresh and the area was clean. I would recommend this hotel is newly renovated.

    A group of six golfers checked in at this hotel because of the proximity to Deer Creek Golf Club. The overall experience was very good. The easiness of booking the rooms, the courteous and friendly staff. One of the members of the group encouter a problem with a sliding door. The best assett of this Hotel is the staff which always try to make your experince a pleasant one. Brakfast is included and is very good.

    I was extremely satisfied with this hotel and all of its staff. They were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The girls at the desk were helpful and greeted me every time I came back from some place and in the morning and evening. There was always a smile and greeting. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

    Check-in was fast and pleasant. We checked in pretty early--around 1:30pm--and a room was already available for us. This despite the hotel being fully booked due to hurricane Matthew. The room was spacious and clean including the bathroom. The only issue in the room was that the A/C seemed to have a little trouble keeping the room cool. It eventually did, but it seemed to be struggling. Water pressure on the 5th floor was very good and we had plenty of hot water. The elevators are badly in need of updating. They're quick, but start out with quite a bit of a jerk. My wife tried holding the door open for someone and it nearly knocked her over! The complimentary breakfast is very good, with a wide range of selections. The location is probably not ideal for families with younger children because there is really nothing of interest within walking distance. However, it's right next to the highway and a relatively short drive to beaches.

    We have stayed here before but were not happy this time. Upon arrival there were 2 ladies at front desk. One was named Elizabeth. She was training a new girl and never really said hello. She was curt, never smiled, and seem to resent even having to work. The new girl tried to help us check in but we could not hardly understand a word she said. She talked so fast with a foreign accent. She was trying and did seem nice though. The next day was a repeat of checking out with the same two ladies. Elizabeth was just as curt and unfriendly. We never felt welcome or that our business was appreciated. We found a lot of maintenance issues that my husband made a list of. We received an email that we would get a survey of our visit but have not gotten it. He was going to list the problems then. Maybe he will just do his own trip advisor review instead.

    I came at the hotel because my mom passed away and I wanted to be alone so I can think about what I am going to do without her. I came to check in early in the morning, and this pretty girl at the front desk did the reservation and asked me why I looked so sad? I told her what happened to my mom and she replied to me 'Mr. Wolf, your mom is still alive in your heart and she would not going to feel happy to see you that way, you need to stay strong and do things good so she can be proud of you where she is at."I feel so good after I heard those kind words from her and I would like to think her for the good service, she is really positive, professional, represent the face of the company, and her smile is contagious. thank you Elizabeth and I feel really good everytime I think about what you told me.Please she needs a good promotion because it was the first time that a customer service agent treated me so kind.     When you check into a hotel you should have no problems with a TV & refrigerator. Well that's what I encountered. The fridge was broken inside with nothing to hold any drinks in place. Was not turned on & this should have been replaced months ago. Had no TV on the first night. This was repaired on the 2nd. day. The fridge was replaced that night with another that didn't work right all my drinks were frozen the next day. Finally a new fridge was brought in that worked. I was given a 20 percent discount for the 1st. 2 nights. I had to call corporate and I asked for 1 night at no charge. Hotel refused to do this. This is no way to take care of a platinum member. Hotel maintenance is the key here.

    My family and i spent 5 days at this hotel Labor Day weekend Sept. 1st-6th 2016. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly receptionist by the name of Vanessa( i think). I express to her that i have read many reviews on the hotel both negative & positive. Vanessa assured me we will be pleased with our stay. First let me begin by saying the first night the tub was not cleaned at all the soap scum ring was around the tub. My husband and i went down to the front desk to complain after placing 3 unanswered phone calls only to find the reception area empty. we rang the intercom/bell and screamed hello no one was available to help us. This cause us to pack up the kids and shoot to walmart to get cleaning supplies and scrubbers. Second on the list was the dead roach in our room rm 532 for 3 days. We brought it to the front desk receptionist Elizabeth each day as she apologized and assured us the room will be thoroughly cleaned each time. The receptionist never offered us to change of room or upgrade. On the third day of the roach being present finally the housekeeping manager by the name Pilar came by to ask if the room was cleaned accordingly. We explained to her for three days we have been complaining about a dead roach under the table. Pilar called the housekeeper back into the room and began to scream and reprimand her in front of us. I intervened and said to Pilar that was very unprofessional and she is not to blame three housekeepers cleaned the room prior to her and the roach was still present. Third on the list was the pool and hot tub. The pool was extremely filthy and the hot tub was just as cold as the pool. When we bought the pool issue to the attention of the receptionist she explained a cleaning company comes in sporadically to clean the pool and there was nothing the hotel staff can do. My children were highly disappointed so we visited other family's hotel to utilize the pool. This was an unfortunate situation especially when we were in town for a family get together. We advise the rest of family not to stay at the Best Western so they made reservation at the holiday Inn express. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone i was highly disappointed and disgusted by this hotel but we made the best of it.     « Bad lighting around hotel building and parking »

    My sister was in town on business and needed a room for one night close to me so we could spend time together. We checked her in mid-day, put her luggage in the room and left. The room was okay for the night needed. At around 2 am we followed her to the hotel, and walked her to the room. There was no one at the front desk, and the area was not well lit at all. The building itself is painted that crappy dark color which makes it look even worse. I'm told the bed was comfortable, but I won't be putting any more visiting relatives in this hotel.

    The Best Western Plus is a very clean and comfortable hotel and is a good value for the price. The breakfast is pretty good and included in the price. There is also a nice pool and hot tub. The exercise room is a bit small and stuffy. There is a decent wifi connection is also included for free.

    If you are sensitive to noise, you may find it a little difficult here. The a/c is constantly humming in the room. Noisy if you are on the side facing the highway and noisy when kids are around the pool. This is very well suited for families with young kids. However, they have a great staff in place.

    We were looking for a place to stay to visit family living in Pompano Beach. This location was perfect for us and some of the extras were nice, too. We enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, the business center, and the continental breakfast. The room was updated in the last handful of years but it's an older property and shows some of its age. None of this was a huge concern for us. The only major problem we had is that our room was not cleaned during our entire stay (Thu-Sun). It appears as if someone found a do not disturb sign blowing around outside, assumed it was ours and mistakenly put it on our door the first day. The second day we spoke with the cleaning crew and they were supposed to clean the room but it didn't happen. Mistakes happen so I called the GM (Martha) and explained to her the situation and how a member of her staff, Patrick, tried his best to help us by providing more towels each day and even removing trash the second day. Martha apologized profusely and made it right for us. Because of the proper handling of our issue, we would definitely stay here again.

    Friendly staff, nice lobby ,very spacious bedrooms, two tv in the room, if you have kids is good for you. They can be at the pool up to 11 pm ,and we saw lots of kids have fun at the pool. The only bad part is that they need more parking space.

    « Relaxing weekend »

    Just got back from spending three wonderful relaxing days at the Best western plus hotel in Deerfield Beech .I was checked in by a very lovely young lady at the front desk, she was fast and efficient as usual. The double rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is a great bonus,hot and delicious, and you can pretty much eat as much as you can handle. I keep coming back to this little gem, because I know it's clean comfortable, close to all the major attractions and the price is right. I look forward to my next visit.

    Courteous staff always willing to help . Spacious room and clean bathrooms. Very healthy choice of the free breakfast . Hot tub took away all tiredness after a long hectic day . Would recommend to friends. Travelers with family on vacation this summer .

    Spent 3 nights @ this location, breakfast was good enough..not great but ok. Customer service was 3.9 out of 5...I had to wait on two occasions for someone to come to the front desk otherwise front desk personnel were great! Very clean comfortable and spacious room! The best Best Western visited out of about 4 so far. Quiet secluded area in New Port Dr business area...General stores like publix and walmart neighborhood market and other fast food eatery about 2min drive by military rd.

    My stay was very enjoyable. However I would suggest that the hot tub be a little more warming. Also that you offer a little more variety on the breakfast menu and have items for smaller children to enjoy as well. I also would suggest having a towel area near the pool where guest could excess them easier.

    The hotel is fantastic! Minutes from anywhere. Hotel is clean and recently updated. Staff is helpful rooms and the rooms were excellent. Restaurants are real close as well. Would recommend this hotel to anyone .

    « Nice room but HOT AS HELL. »

    I wish I could go to another Best Western hotel or get a refund of my hard earned money. Room was 80 degrees all night and morning. I don't care so much for me, but for my infant who was damp to the touch. Calls to front desk 7, 9 & 10 o'clock advised maintenance man was on his way up. Never arrived. Management please contact me. I am loyal to the brand, this is honestly the first BW I've cried at because it was unbearable. The room has great amenities but what's the point when you can't move because it's too hot.

    When we arrived it was a quick check in. I booked the hotel online, so this was good. I stayed at the hotel for 7 days.The room was clean and spacious with a seating area, that had a sofa bed. It was nice for the price range, and although the hotel was off the highway in the rooms you dont hear any noise. Breakfast was standard but nice......eggs (sometimes omlets), waffles, cereal, good coffee etc...... The cons of this booking, house keeping took a little long to clean the room. A day before we had a no disturb sign on the door, however one day we removed our sign placing it in the room...house keeping put another on the door and didn't clean the room. However after a visit to the front desk the room was cleaned the following day. Also there was so much bleach in the hotub, the smell was overpowering.. Overall our stay at the property was good.

    This is an outside entrance motel type place, not a hotel. Looked a little run down at first glance, but rooms were decent. Pool is a good size, breakfast selection is good. Staff is professional and friendly.

    I arrived very late in the evening and the lobby was crowded. Julie, at the front desk, was doing her best to accommodate a large group of folks from Pakistan or India who not only had a little trouble with the English language but also, apparently, providing a working credit card. Julie was patient and professional and was eventually able to get them situated. Nice job! My check-in was seamless. This is a fairly large hotel with several conference rooms/meeting spaces and five floors of sleeping rooms to accommodate those clients. I was on the 5th floor with a nice view and somewhat removed from the traffic noise. But the din of passing motorists on I-95 was a constant companion, day and night, and one that I was unable to get used to. Fortunately, inside of my room, it wasn't a distraction. Entering my room I was immediately impressed with the laminated "wood" floor; no carpeting throughout the unit. The room temperature seemed a bit warm to me (the thermostat indicated 75°) so I set the desired temperature to 70° ~ but the temperature never changed. Perhaps that is at least partly due to the large gap under the door (through which my new companion, a tiny gecko, was able to enter). I was impressed by the decor and layout of the two-room suite and I can see the possibilities for small groups (I'm sure our Pakistani friends did too as I think there were five in their party). I did notice a gap between the cushions and the sofa back which I suspect is due to either a design flaw or the use of a smaller than recommended sized mattress. Speaking of mattresses it should be noted that the beds are double/standards, not the larger queen size; but, more than adequate for my needs. The bathroom was spacious enough, and well designed, but the tub calking and tile grouting was substandard. Also, I noticed a "bubble" on the ceiling above the shower. The desk table and chair in the front room were well-located with adequate lighting and electrical outlets. Breakfast was a bit of a sour note. The good news is that breakfast is provided until 10:00 a.m. The bad news is that you may have to elbow your way through the crowd to scrape the bottom of the pots to find something substantial to eat. I went to breakfast at 9:00 a.m. to find just over 60 people trying to squeeze past each other to find something they could dine on. I settled for a little bacon, a powdered egg patty, and the last of the tasteless grits (a daring attempt, but a fail nonetheless). After finding a lone table near the hotel front desk, I returned for a yogurt and some apple juice; I couldn't bring myself to get into the long line for a waffle. There was a TV in the area tuned to a cartoon network instead of a news channel; irrelevant as it was impossible to hear anything in that uncomfortably noisy setting. Unfortunately, this unpleasant breakfast experience made the difference to me between a "four" rating (or better) and a three. I wish I had gone to a pancake house instead. On my way to check-out I snapped a couple of pictures from just outside my room. I really wanted to like this hotel as it seems to have great potential. It is a solid "Plus" in the Best Western chain, but, there are some devilish details to be tended to.

    « Great room, great breakfast, helpful staff! »

    First off, you get a lot for your buck here. My room was huge, with a separate living room area, microwave, refrigerator and TWO televisions. Hardwood floors, rock-solid AC to keep out the Florida mugginess. Very friendly staff. Every time I asked a question I got a smile. Plus one heck of a hot breakfast buffet: do-it-yourself waffle/pancake makers, eggs, yogurt, cereal, sausage/bacon, grits, coffee and juices, muffins and toast. 1 minute from the highway. 10 minute drive from the beach and all the seaside restaurants. 20 minutes from a pretty cool nature center. 25 minutes from Ft Lauderdale. Would stay at this Best Western again in a minute.

    Stopped in Deerfield Beach to visit my mom. Chose the hotel purely on location and was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and comfortable. Great place to unwind and relax. Breakfast was excellent

    3rd business trip to this facility. Easy access to highways. Room size was sufficient for short-term office/desk time needs during the day. Nice view of the pool area from almost every room. Pool area attractive and spacious.

    « A little noisy near freeway »

    But honesty, we were so tired that we eventually fell asleep without problem. The kids had their own "bedroom" by sleeping in the family common room on the sofa bed. It was great for us with a good breakfast buffet.

    Stayed here for a week, hotel could be renovated because it is very out dated but overall great. It was a short Uber to the beach and restaurants, good price, and fun time. I enjoyed going by the pool and the hotel room was clean.

    This hotel has an extremely clean room, balcony, nice pool, hot tub, location is great for business traveler, and has a nice little bar. I would recommend this hotel for a quick stopover, not a resort property if you are looking for beach.

    The lobby was well kept. I did run into a bit of a mix up but the lady at the desk Crystal remained calm and was very understanding, she made things better. I really appreciated it. I don't recall the young lady who checked me in but she was very pleasant as well. The pool was nice and breakfast was awesome.

    Next to interstate. Not very much to do when you walk around. I didn't like how the pool was in the center of the hotel so there wasn't much sun. The gym was the size of a walk in closet and there were an uneven # of dumbells. The free breakfast was delicious and the rooms were super nice. Our room included a bedroom with 2 beds and a living space with a pull out couch. The bathroom was big and the balcony was small but nice.

    BW was a quality night for our tournament weekend. It did have a nice pool and hot tub which was relaxing. It was close to interstate which was good and bad a little too noisy for outside time. Did serve a self serve hot breakfast.

    The hotel itself was very nice. I am a clean fanatic about hotels. This hotel is very clean. The housekeeping, Dietary staff and front desk staff were awesome. If you are afraid of cats or don't like them, this is not the place for you. I spent a lot of time in my room because of the 3 cats that are not only on the property but literally in the pool area. My first experience was with one of them curled up under the table on the patio. My next one was when I tried to relax at the pool, one of the cats came in the pool area though a fence. I could not enjoy that part of my stay. I had a couple of the staff walk me to the elevators because there hiding in plants. I know it may not be much the hotel can do but I felt it was necessary to let people know because if you not a cat person it WILL ruin your tie there. That was my only problem. The front desk staff was awesome in trying to get me back and forth. The price is good too,

    Stayed there one night about a year ago before going on a cruise and it was just Ok because the price was right. Went back in April 2016, paid top dollar, and the room was not ready till after 5:00pm. Was up all night from the turnpike traffic next to the complex. A recent overnight stay in a Comfort Inn made this place feel like a dump.

    Front Office Manager Jermaine was so helpful and friendly at check-in. He also suggested great restaurant choices. We were pleasantly surprised with the sitting area in our room. Everything was clean and welcoming. Close to I 95 and easy to travel to local attractions and our dance festival. Will choose to stay here again without doubt.

    Check in was at 4 p.m., so we were not happy after a long day of driving when we arrived at 5 p.m. only to find that a room was not ready for us. "Please come back in 30 minutes" the clerk told us. So we walked outside to see the pool and spa and saw a few people in the spa with water that was so cloudy that you couldn't even see the bottom. We were shocked that anyone would even step foot in it. We had brought our bathing suits just to go in the spa after dinner, so this was disgusting. We told the clerk, and someone finally put an out-of-order sign on it. Our room was adequate and we were glad that the bed was in a separate area from the couch area and that there was a refrigerator. However, this hotel is so near the highway and there was road noise all night long. Breakfast was nice in the morning, but it didn't start until 7 a.m., which is too late when you want to get on the road to visit nearby attractions. And then, while waiting for our room, we talked with one couple who had just booked their room the night before on Trivago and paid one-half of what we paid when we booked weeks in advance. That just added to our very bad impression of the entire transaction. I almost forgot that the police also stopped by to question some guests out by the pool while we were waiting!

    I felt it necessary to buy my own clorox wipes to clean the entire bathroom after finding curly black hairs and fingernail clippings in the corners! Hot tub was not at all hot for cooler evenings. Pool furniture was broken and dilapidated. If you can pay the extra money stay at the Wyndham right on the beach.

    Hidden in a industrial park area of Deerfield Park, FL is a lovely hotel. Beautiful in side and out. After a VERY long trip from California to Florida we were beyond exhausted, and when we saw the location we were concerned about the quality of the room, but the grounds were beautifully kept, and the room, wow, when we finally dragged ourselves to the room we were overjoyed. We passed out for a few hours on the bed that was so comfortable!! and then I tip toed into the sitting area of our "suite" and relaxed while I let my hubby sleep somemore.

    I walked in to the Best Western in Deerfield Beach at 5:15pm on Thursday April 21. There were two people in front of me checking in. The first young man was checked in after 5 min and then a woman from Manasses, Virginia was checking in. This took a very long time as the front desk employee Ethan couldn't find her payment information in the computer. I have stayed here before and experienced the very same thing on 2 separate occasions, so I was not surprised. Ethan was very nice and apologized many times to her. She actually apologized to me!!! After about 20 minuets Ethan, who was very nice, figured out her issue and it was now my turn. The company I was working for paid for my room for two nights. They have done this a few times before over the last few years and yet I have always had problems here. The last time I stayed here the air condition broke and yet they kept saying it was fixed when in fact it was never fixed. Finally I fell asleep sweating at 2:30 am. This is South Florida, it gets very hot!!! Well here we go again. They did not have any record of the company paying for the room. I went to my car and showed them the receipt. Then I asked for the manager. His name was Jermaine Buford. He came out and explained that the company made a mistake and that they had not paid for the room. I know they paid for the room I was there when they did it. I had been at the front desk for 39 min already. I told him of the other problems I had there in the past and he told me very arrogantly that they had nothing to do with now... I suggested that he get me into a room and then solve this in the morning since I would be staying there for a few days. Everyone had left from the company I was working for that paid for the room so I couldn't call them until the next day. After all the other issues I have had in the past here, They should have been extra accommodating. However, the manager went on a tirade. He told me to leave the property and that I would not be staying there. I was thrown out of the hotel. I didn't deserve this treatment at all. In fact it was way over the top!!!! I have traveled all over the world and through around the USA. I have never been asked to leave a hotel. The manager proudly gave me his name and card and challenged me to get him in trouble!!! I did not get excited at all. I have had bad experiences here before and I was not at all surprised. The next morning the executive assistant at the company I was working for called their contact at the hotel and got their money back. The room was paid for exactly as I had described to them at the front desk!!! I ended up going down the street and got a room at the La Quinta Inn and within ten minutes I was relaxing in my room just like I do at countless hotels I stay in for business every year. I stayed at this other hotel for 5 days without any problems whatsoever as my work in the area took longer then expected.

    Overall, this attractive Best Western is a good value for the cost. Recent painting both inside the rooms and the outside of the building make the appearance quite appealing. The room decor was also attractive. The pool area, a tasty, free breakfast bar, Happy Hour on Tuesday which provided complimentary wine and cheese, and close proximity to I95 further add to the appeal of this property. The one negative we had on our stay was the comfort of the beds. They were lumpy and just did not match the quality I expected after seeing the upgrades to the decor of the hotel. That being said, this property is still a good value for the money.

    Good level hotel. Free parking (for Florida it is very rare). Breakfast is very simple, but satisfactory. Personal very friendly. One time WiFi and TV didn't work due to weather, but after two hours the problem was resolved. Overall experience was very positive.

    I've almost always been happy with BW properties, and for the most part, this place is no exception. Everyone was extremely happy and helpful. However: * it's a little tough to sleep when the A/C is so loud. Regardless whether it's on or off, it always runs for some reason. * TV isn't a reason to choose a hotel, but when relaxing, the cable was ALWAYS off and on, as well as wifi, which is more important for work * I couldn't ask the desk about another night's stay, because their system was down as well. (Related to other issues, most likely) Hopefully, it was just an issue for the few days I was there and not consistent. Otherwise, the rooms are in great shape and have everything you'd need!

    The toilets didn't work properly from day1. Sofa bed terrible.(if you want to go to the chiropractor, stay there) Front door in lobby broken the whole week we were there. Internet the worst. Tech there everyday we were there(a week). Spoke the mgr. about the sofa bed, give us a new sofa, just as bad .,Toilets seat would not stay up.(hit the counter top in back of it) All the rooms have the same problem.HOT TUB FILITHY last morning Left message for MGR. when we got home, still waiting for return call. No sense of urgency for customer complaints.I been traveling for 42 years, worst stay ever.

    Do not use an outside booking source for this hotel. Hotel will tell you that reservation was cancelled but they can reinstate it. Then they use bait and switch methodology and run a much higher charge through on your credit card. When you confront them about it they will tell you they don't honor those rates. When pushed they will state that they will run a credit through for the difference, which they never do. Manager will not speak to anyone, calls go directly to his voicemail and he refused to ever call back. Additionally pool is filthy, breakfast is lousy and the hot tub was green the entire time. The hotel's method of "dealing" with the hot tub was to turn it on indefinitely so that you can't see the green when it is "running". Do not waste your time. Lastly, the traffic from I95 will certainly keep you awake all night.

    Great value for the money. Convenient location off 95. Cheap alternative to hotels closer to Fort Lauderdale and short drive to ports for cruise. Clean, modern room that are very spacious. Pool and hot tub area were well maintained and grounds provided relaxing, tropical atmosphere.

    Our Audubon chapter was on a group birding trip, and about 40 of us booked this hotel using a group rate we had negotiated in advance. Everything went very well, and everyone was very satisfied. Nice modern (remodeled) hotel. We will be back!

    There was absolutely no hot water in the hotel - not in sinks or showers. We traveled with another family located on a different floor and they had no hot water either. Even the coffee in the lobby was cold the next morning. Could not see the bottom of the pool or spa - suspicious color? Front desk staff of 1 person was overwhelmed and we could not check in until almost 5:00.

    I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We did not pay a very expensive price, so when we got here I was surprised on how beautiful the rooms are. Ours has a balcony (although it faces I-95), it is still very nice. We have two TVs, one in the room and one in the room next to it, which has a nice desk and a small living room. The pool and hot tub are really nice too. Breakfast is very standard, but it has a good variety. You can make your own pancakes or waffles. The location is the best, right next to I-95. Cracker & Barrel within walking distance. The beaches are also very close. We went to the one at the end of SW10th and the one at the end of Hillsboro, both are really nice and close to the hotel.

    I am a Best Western Diamond Select member, so I hoped to set up a nice room and maybe even check in just a little early since my flight came in early and I was so tired. I do try never to expect too much or be demanding. I called at about 10:15 am and asked if it looked like I would be able to check in before 3 pm. The gal matter of factly told me "check in time is 3pm." Like I didn't know that - when in the reservation request right from the start I asked for an early check in and I know they don't HAVE to do it but I asked if they would as a courtesy. She told me that my room was empty but that it had to be cleaned and she would call me when it was cleaned. She never called and apparently didn't even give it another thought. So much for a little courtesy. It really was a hassle because I had a pounding headache and was so tired - I just wanted to settle in and relax for a bit. I went to my office and ended up working. I waited until a few minutes after 3 pm to arrive at the hotel. An unapologetic front desk staff told me I should come back in an hour or so because my room was still not clean (mind you - it was empty since at least 10 and the hotel was aware that I really wanted to check in as soon as I could). I told them I waited all day and really needed to check in and relax since it was such a long day if they could just please try and have the room cleaned. I was a bit irritated at that point because it was empty all day - it would just have taken an ounce of courtesy to have it cleaned earlier but apparently they don't do that here. I waited about a half hour longer (until about 3:50pm) and asked for Jermaine [-], who the person who posts the replies to the bad reviews people leave on Tripadvisor. I think he usually indicates that they will do better in the future if given the opportunity, yada yada yada. He was apparently there but in the back office. He never came out so I assume he does not mean it when he posts replies to the bad reviews. The front desk staff checked me into a room which I believe was not my original room and was very substandard. It was across from the highway, loud, large gap under the door, pictures and mirrors all askew and big wipe marks across the headboard. The wifi connection was weak and constantly dropped or nonexistent just to add to the frustration. They never told me when Bfast was or gave me any helpful information and there is supposed to be some kind of welcome gift they never gave me. I called Best Western to ask for intervention because of the total lack of regard for me as a hotel guest and it seemed that as a diamond select member, they were actually treating me worse! The rep told me that the manager would call me as soon as we hung up. After a half hour or waiting, I called Best Western back because no manager ever called. At that point, I decided that should move to another hotel. I travel a lot and I have not had a hotel so bad that I have left in more than 20 years but I did this time. It was so bad that even though I am thrifty, I paid last minute higher rates for another hotel. I am reviewing the other hotel too- but OMG - what a difference. The other hotel is so much better! Although the cost for the second hotel was more, if I had booked this when I booked the Best Western, the prices would have been roughly similar for a MUCH better atmosphere, service, and everything. This Best Western had every chance to make things right but didn't try one single bit. That tells me that the Tripadvisor replies to bad reviews are just hot air. I see some others have had bad experiences and I thought that I would be fine here because I consider myself easy going, understanding that things happen, and non demanding. This broke that spirit. On the up side, breakfast was a decent standard bfast and the hotel was reasonably clean. If you are staying one night and the rates are super cheap and you don't mind a hassle, this is probably fine. For any other purpose, I would choose somewhere else.

    Our stay Best Western has been the best stay at any hotel ever. Thanks to morning Manager Jermaine our stay has been wonderful. Jermaine was very nice, polite, and professional making our trip from Tennessee well worth it. We will return for vacation in this area and stay at the same hotel.     Big room with two televisions, great location, although we were lucky to stay away from the highway noise I can see why some people would complain, there should be no rooms on the other side as it is quite noisy there. We checked in around 7pm and the clerk seemed out of this world, very slow and confused, to me it looked like he swallowed the real person and pretended to be him lol, funny I know but to me it looked like that, I was glad to be out of the lobby. Thinks were much better in the morning, nice sunny day two new people at reception very friendly. Their breakfast area was nice and large. We stayed for points at this hotel on our way to Miami cruise port.

    I was wowed by this Hotel and the Friendliness of All Staff. I felt like I was in my Personal Home from the minute I walked in the door. We arrived early due to an early flight and the Front desk attendant allowed us to relax by the pool until our room was ready. While relaxing by the pool it felt like I was in Heaven as the Pool in located in the center of the property blocked by all noise from 95 and the Landscape and Comfy outdoor Furniture they have to offer just took all Stresses away. When we received they call our room was ready I checked in and got room key and unlocked the door to a very cozy first floor room. Our room was a King bed w/ pullout Sofa. All amenities in room where in working condition and very clean. The floor is what amazed me the most as it was Pergo Flooring and not Carpet which makes the room feel even cleaner. The location was great right out the door and into the pool area. As I sat by the pool I took notice to the Cleaning Crew and the professionalism they took while performing their Job I was very impressed to see that each room that was checked they had a sticky roller brush they used to make sure the floors where cleaned and if not cleaned enough they where called back to the room to correct it. I would highly recommend this Hotel especially for Cleanliness and Friendly Staff who take pride in their Job. Thank You all for a Great Clean Stay

    This hotel is one of the nicest that I have stayed in for a long time. It is all suites and we were on the 5th floor and it was so quiet even though the I95 isn't that far away. The staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast was very chaotic at the weekend. The pool area was pleasant. Had a small bar which is open for a few hours in the evening. Would definitely recommend it.

    Multiple rooms drew from the same AC/Heating system/Duct... which ran 24/7... even though my room was comfortable, I had to endure the loud sound of this system 24/7, all 8days of my stay... to loud for me! I prefer quite comfort while in my room!

    The hotel here is high quality overall, the suite we stayed in was clean, spacious, and attractive, with a nice balcony - though the view was just the parking lot. The full breakfast was good overall, though I always wonder why they use egg substitutes rather than real eggs. Customer service was decent overall, and in general everything worked smoothly when we stayed there for about a week. We were in "the quiet side" of the hotel, but I was told that if the stay was under 5 days - the guest is put in the side of the hotel which is closer to the highway which is noisier - so make note if you are staying for a short time. Also the bathroom ventilation was somewhat weak, and the shower somewhat dated, the bed was spacious, but not real comfortable - not bad, just not great. In all, a very good stay if you are in the south Florida area.

    We had a decent sized suite facing inward toward the well maintained pool and hot tub. It was next to I95 and outside we could hear some traffic noise. Make sure to get a room on the west side of the hotel away from the noise. Despite the presence of the highway the hotel looked out upon a small lake that had a walking path next to it. We felt the rooms rates were reasonable given the time of the year.

    Can't say enough about customer service provided by Jermaine and Bobbie. Without their assistance we could have spent the night looking for a place to stay and continue to have problems with reservation with Expedia. The Expedia agent provided no resolution to our problem after spending nearly an hour on the phone with him. A simple problem with a simple solution and he was if no help. He should be the last person to have in that position.

    We stayed at this hotel for about four weeks based on a recommendation. The "Plus" means you get two full rooms with two TVs with a pocket door. The total staff were terrific (front desk, maintenance and bkft and bar people) and any problems were solved immediately. Since it right by route 95 there is a constant roar of traffic when sitting by the pool. You cannot hear it in the room. Location is good and breakfast was more then satisfactory. Although the pool is very nice the problem was sitting. There were no regular sitting chairs and the chaise was hard plastic without cushions. There was a small sitting are under an awning which was limited. Half of the umbrellas were broken. With a little effort this hotel would be a real gem.

At least 5 cats were constantly roaming about the pool area. Beds need better mattress's.

    I travelled with a friend for a girl's weekend. We loved this hotel! It was perfect. We stayed in a suite with two double beds and a pull out sofa. The room was large and very clean, the pool was heated to 80 degrees, the hot tub was heated to 104 degrees (most of the time), and all of the staff was so helpful and very friendly. I believe the woman at the front desk who checked us in on February 25th was named Simone, and she was so nice and accommodating. However, towards the end of our trip I became acquainted with a woman at the front desk named Bobbie. She was by the most rude hotel employee I have ever come in contact with. Towards the end of our stay, I went to enter the hot tub and noticed it was not heated (it was about the same temperature as the pool, if not cooler), so I went inside the lobby to inform the front desk. I told Bobbie about the situation and she told me "well the pool is that temperature so it's probably not broken". I told her I was in the hot tub the night before and it was heated to a higher temperature (as a hot tub should be and as the sign posted at the hot tub implies). Bobbie gave me such an attitude, she told told me there was nothing she could do, as it would take days for the "pool guy to come out to fix it". Standing there baffled at the lack of apology, care for my problem, and frankly, the hotels problem, she finally said she would see if she "could radio someone to look at it." The day we were checking out, we requested a late check out, in person, at the front desk. Again, Bobbie was at the front desk. My friend approached the front desk and brought flowers we were going to throw out prior to leaving and offered them to Bobbie. My friend pled with Bobbie for an extra hour, to which Bobbie explained late check outs need to be arranged the night prior and she "already had TWO". We weren't asking for an extra day, mind you, just an hour. She was incredibly nasty during the entire interaction. I watched from the pool and noticed my room was not cleaned or even entered by hotel staff until a substantial amount of time after the one additional hour we requested. I would have gladly have paid for the extra hour, but it wasn't an option, according to Bobbie. The stories of Bobbie's rudeness extend beyond these two interactions, to include giving me attitude when I asked for extra towels for the room and pool towels. Bobbie asked me if they had given me towels in the room. I explained they did provide four towels the night prior, but we needed more for an additional shower before we checked out. She would not provide us with additional towels. I had to ask a maid, who kindly and courteously provided me with two additional towels. Very rarely do I write reviews on hotels, but I felt that the egregious behavior, attitude, and lack of respect I experienced from this particular worker should be voiced to not only potential travelers staying at this hotel, but also hopefully to the management. Again, the hotel and the staff were excellent. I would recommend staying at this hotel 100% and would stay here again; however, beware of the wrath of Bobbie.

    Internet was extremely bad, toilet leaked all weekend, complained to front desk twice about both issues and neither got fixed. Beds are well used and very uncomfortable, the hotel is right next to I95, with patio door closed and curtains closed it still sounded like you where sitting out on the freeway. The swimming pool is nice, but quite small it, you hear the constant roar of the freeway in the pool as well so not that enjoyable.

    old hotel has been updated and I find it's clean, smell good, everything works fine and what I like the most they have everything in the right place. I had just one incident, I called the front desk early in the morning and ask for a late check-out and they told me it's ok for me to stay till 1:00PM and by 1130AM the housekeeper supervisor knocked my door and told me I have to leave the room because the check-out is 12:00PM.

    If you want to stay in a hotel that has stained towels, odor in room, dead bugs laying on the floor in the bathroom, and just an overall feeling of being uneasy in a room - this would be the place to stay. The floor was a laminate type flooring which one would think it would be easy to keep clean - but they only clean/vacuum the visible areas. I always carry Essential Oils with me and sprayed the bed before getting into it and diffused oils continuously throughout the night to hide the smell. The bed and pillows were horrible!

    This hotel is very convenient just off I95 which makes it a very noisy location. However, if you ask for a room on the side furthest from the road it is not noisy in the room. The staff was so helpful and friendly that it made this hotel a very comfortable base to radiate out in the area. The rooms are suites and very well designed with a door between the bedroom and sitting areas. Each has a tv and very good lighting. The bathroom has ample space to place your own toiletries beside the sink. There are two comfortable chairs and a couch. There is a good business area and printer and free wifi. The breakfast has a good selection and changes a bit daily. The pool area is very pleasant with a large pool and a hot tub but road noise can be annoying. The other drawback was that you never knew if you would get enough towels as the number the maids left varied day to day. We would definitely stay here again as long as we could reserve a room away from I95.

    We spent 3 nights here. Overall, a good experience. The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive. I wish Best Westerns would supply full size pillows, these small ones just don't do it. I had problems connecting with the Internet, I believe my Android devices have more trouble than Windows, but that is just my guess.

    I went to visit my Family last night who is staying there and i was quite surprised at the renovations. I used to go there when i was younger and throw small hotel parties, so i remember how it "used to be." I was very impressed as is my family. I will recommend other family and friends from out of town to stay here for the price and the location.

    We stayed here one night en route to a cruise. The rate seemed good for a hotel in the Ft Lauderdale area and the suite was huge with a balcony! Location is a bit odd - just off of two freeways, so not exactly a scenic or quiet time on the balcony. But a good location for getting around easily to shopping and restaurants. It seems that most parts of the hotel and rooms have been recently renovated but some older shabbiness can still be seen, but seems consistent with the 2 1/2 star rating. Lots of little extras like breakfast, popcorn and evening bar service. Has a nice, small hotel feel to it. Pool is a bit run down, but not too bad. We still used it! Oh, and the front desk staff were lovely to speak with. Overall, definitely recommend.

    I've stayed at this location before. They have redone the rooms and they are very nice, very clean. The only downside is it can be tricky with traffic during rush hour to get around. But other than that it's not far from good beaches and restaurants.

    Having I95 right outside our window made access good but there was a constant, high noise level. We were given a handcaped suite (not requested) with few shelves and only one mirror (in bathroom) The daily 'cleaning' took approx 5 minutes and did not include a daily changing of bed linen. The staff was friendly and the breakfast adequate. Parking was good.

    Traveled here for work for a week from NC. First night here was greeted by Simone, who welcomed us and made us feel extremely welcomed. We had a bad experience with another hotel the night before and were anxious about this hotel. We were able to go check out our room, was exactly what they promised, and clean! Simone went further and made sure we knew the close places to eat and shop. Every night we came in from work, she was there to greet us and make sure we had everything we needed - one night we needed extra coffee, cups, etc. she was quick to make sure we were good. I highly recommend this hotel for any travelers! Enjoy and ask for Simone!

    If there's a cold spell, prepare to bundle up, as the heaters in two different rooms on two different dates were not working. To their credit, the staff brought up blankets at my request. Breakfast was warm and good and the room size and amenities were very good.

    The hotel is clearly an older property that received a recent well done renovation. The staff was pleasant and the rooms fine, large and clean. The bed was not very comfortable and there was a serious of odd noises throughout the night, the air conditioning was quite loud and would go on and off constantly and loudly. Very close to the highway and our rooms sadly were on that side of the hotel.

    I stayed here in December of 2015 for over 2 weeks and put up several others as my dying sister was treated locally at Broward health North Hospital. First, let me sing the praises of the hotel front desk staff, truly the nicest and friendliest of any I have seen and they could not have been more accommodating. There is a lovely young lady who hails from Jamaica, whom we had the most contact with, and I regret I can not recall her name. Flat out she is a SUPERSTAR! At every chance she had she went above and beyond and always had a warm smile to greet us. The rooms are very comfortable in the bedroom area and large. The modern furniture in the living room could be a little more comfortable but really was just fine. There are two flatscreen tvs, one in the bedroom and one in the living roomThe bathrooms were large and very user friendly and extremely clean. There was a laundramat on site that was easy & convenient to use the grounds were kept meticulously clean and tidy. There is a wonderful view from the center of the hotel overlooking the pool and hot tub area. The daily breakfast was plentiful and had a lot of good and fresh healthy choices. There was always hot coffee available and a nice seating area and lounge. I would highly recommend this hotel & especially if you are staying in the area due to Broward Health North Hospital. There is no nicer hotel in the area than this. I hope management realizes what a gem they have in our friend at the front desk from Jamaica. Outstanding service! Lastly,WIFI worked great!

    When I'm exhausted and need a perfect sleep and restful experience, I do not look for the best deal! We booked with Orbitz online, 15 min. In advance and saved 15% plus my Orbits bucks. The rate was listed at $135 for the night. We arrived after 9pm and had a very professional, courteous front desk experience. I mistakenly booked a dbl room but when I arrived I explained my mistake and was upgraded to a king, no charge no questions. Our room was beautiful with private balcony, seperate lounging area and ample bathroom counter space for 2. In room safe w/key, and 2 TV's. I requested 2 extra blankets and they were sent up immediately. The heated pool and hot tub were a nice way to unwind before bed. The hot tub needs to be resurfaced but it was the only cosmetic issue.The pool has changing underwater lights, which is fun and like a kid, my favorite part. We also stopped at the in hotel bar for a cocktail. I typically complete a full room inspection including mattress before unpacking, and it was so clean I skipped it. Full hot breakfast was amazing with eggs, sausage, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee etc... I will go back frequently.

    But you need a car to get to anything. Staff was helpful, room and public areas clean, freshly painted. Free parking, nice free breakfast. Right next to I95 makes for lots of road noise, especially after a rain. Try to get a room away from the interstate. Elevators (2) very slow. Others mentioned the WiFi, also slow. Would come back but with so many other choices....

    Stayed here one night before a cruise out of Fort Lauderdale. It was New Years weekend and we were fortunate to find a room at a decent hotel for a decent price. The rooms were very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The outside corridors and the elevators could have been cleaner, but that did not really bother us as we were not sleeping there. Breakfast was included, there was a good selection. All hotel staff we encountered were very pleasant. Would stay here again when traveling in the area.

    I needed a place to stay for a quick one night visit to Pompano Beach area. This hotel was very close to the place I needed to be and the price was great. I was pleasantly surprised at the facility. It was VERY nice. Staff was very pleasant and the grounds were great. My room was clean and large. Breakfast was free and there was a good selection of foods.

    This hotel has apparently been remodeled and updated recently although the WiFi has not. The finishes are fresh and inviting. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Your room comes with a delicious hot breakfast which included different items everyday (sausage, eggs, potatoes). In the evening they offer a wine and cheese reception between 5-6 and a cash bar after that. Did I mention the ultra slow WiFi? The room can with a fridge and microwave which was great when you are traveling for business. The room layout (sitting/work room, bedroom, bathroom) is good although the closet knob fell off in my hand when I first opened it. So overall it was more than average but so was the price. My per night cost was a touch over $100. I would stay here again but hopefully around $70-$80 a night. Oh, yeah....the WiFi is really slow!

    Hotel breakfast bar ran out of food three out of four mornings, and we had to find a local restaurant to eat breakfast. The sleep sofa appeared to have evidence on the seat cushions of prior romantic trysts and the whole sofa needed to be replaced or, at the very least, deep steam-cleaned. We returned to our room one evening to find another guest had used the metal railing overlooking the pool outside our room to hang wet clothing out to dry including men's underwear, despite the fact that there was a guest laundry facility on the floor. Do yourself a favor, don't stay here.

    We needed a cheap place to stay for four nights, and this was the ticket. The building is old (elevator is a little janky, the rooms are not very trendy, etc.), but we were happy with what we got for the money. The free breakfast from 7-10 each morning is great! The pool and jacuzzi are nice too.

    Breakfast service was a nightmare. A wide variety of food choices were offered, but they ran out of EVERYTHING - cereal, milk, coffee, eggs, bacon, grits, yogurt, fruit, pancake mix, syrup... what a disaster. The tables were a mess and the trash cans were overflowing. We were told there was only one person staffing the area and the manager did not show up! What? This is a busy weekend during season! This is no way to manage a hotel. Wow. There were lines of people still waiting for food and we were told we would not be kicked out at 10:00 when service was over, but that's exactly what happened. We paid for a breakfast in our reservation - do we get a refund? No. Just an "I'm sorry, there's nothing I can do. The manager didn't show up today!" This place is understaffed and poorly managed.

    Fast check inn and check out, staff friendly, rooms good..a bit noisy from the traffic on the hwy next to rooms facing it, but ok. Rooms clean. Ok breakfast. A very good pool and jacuzzi Close by restaurants and stores, highly recommend if you are going to stay in this area.

    This is a old hotel located very close to the free way so extremely noisy everywhere out side so hard to relax. Inside not as noisy. The room was okay , could not use the balcony as it was so close to the highway and much too noisy. Breakfast was okay. It is just a old hotel in a noisy location probably built before the free way.

    Enjoyed our stay very much, the staff was extremely hospitable and made our stay much more relaxing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Asked for extra beds and had no problem with it, only problem we encountered was that the pool closed after a certain time, but that has nothing to do with the actual stay.

    After ten days with a reservation, we add two days being assured that it would be at same rate. It was not. And the desk person was not able to correct the new rate, because not being a manager, he was not able to make the correction ! The charge was put on our credit card.

    My wife and I stayed one night. The room was clean and the bed comfy. Free breakfast was OK. Choose the carbs over the hot options. Fruit was also good. We did not use the pool but others were enjoying it at 8am. We would stay again.

    stayed at deerfield beach location before and after costa rica trip. the staff couldnt be any nicer. the rooms are huge and beautiful, also very clean. my coffee maker didnt work (only complaint) but i didnt need because breakfast set up began at 7am and we got coffee and juice. breakfast was buffet of donuts, muffins, eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit. lots of choices. pool and hot tub are beautiful also. smoking section near pool with tables and chairs. quick 15 minute trip to airport.

    We had a great stay at the Best Western in Deerfield Beach last week. We stayed there last year when they were renovating and it was not great, however everything is complete now and they did a great job. The staff is terrific , especially Ms. T , she knows all the ins and outs of the area and is makes sure your stay is going to be the best it can be. The rooms are updated and clean and modern. The pool area is well looked after. The breakfast is well managed and gets your day off to a start. Overall a great place to stay and good value for the money. Thank you Ms. T and your staff for an enjoyable stay. We will be back next year.

    The hotel was very clean, nice breakfast buffet. What kid doesn't like making his own waffles in the morning, friendly front desk staff and totally worth the price. Other family members stayed there too and We all enjoyed the pool together and the bar had very reasonable prices for draft beer.

    The rooms are very spacious.. Very Clean Everything is wiped down and sanitary.. The pool was very clean. The staff seemed to care about us. They were very helpful and seemed to always be there if you had a question. Trievienne Ms. T was very helpful.. Attentive and she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Trievienne also greeted us when we first arrived for our 6 day stay and in the end she checked us out smooth and quick.. I would stay at Deerfield Best Western Plus again. My girl also enjoyed every minute of our stay

    The entire staff at this property is rock-solid. First off, the Sales Manager, David Nichols, is one of the best in the business. We book multiple rooms monthly here, and David is always there to assist us, above and beyond. I can contact him anytime in the time leading up to our stays, and he is always there to assist us with any changes or special requests. He is a rock star, and an invaluable member of the staff. As for the desk staff, they are equally awesome. Trevienne is also extremely accomodating. Sometimes I need to call to change our room assignments, request that bedding be added for a third person, or inform her of a late arrival. She always gets it right the first time, makes things go extremely smooth, and always does it in a cheerful manner, no matter how much of a pain in the desk I know I am. Complimented by Jermaine the Assistant Manager, and Natalie on the Night Audit, this is a rock-solid staff. I highly recommend any business that wants their hotel stay to be the last thing they have to worry about when setting up a project to stay at the Best Western Deerfield.

    We had just had a busy and quite stressful day driving through Miami and onwards to Fort Lauderdale. After a lovely holiday we needed an overnight stay before flying out of Fort Lauderdale up to New York. We had arrived at another hotel in Deerfield Beach, which had proved very disappointing and we were unable to stay (which will be the subject of a separate review). The Best Western hotel saved the day. They had a room for us and at short notice. They were very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, clean, well stocked with everything we needed. A great breakfast was included and we were very impressed and our faith was restored in the hotel business. The only slight disappointment is that the bedroom was right next to the main road and the window had no sound proofing, so the noise was a problem. Try to request a room on the other side of the hotel, to avoid this.

    Cannot fault this hotel ideal location off I95 for all the beaches, shopping, Keys, Miami, evergades etc. Great 3 room suites wth everything you need including fantastic buffet hot breakkfast, Super pool and hot tub, friendly little bar (free drink and bottle of water at checkin) Friendly efficient staff throughout. I cannot fault the cleanliness - daily housemaid serviceand even the outsides were cleaned daily. Could not believe all this for such a great price

    great value. Overall, it was clean and met our needs. The food in the restaurant wasn't as good. The staff was neither good, nor bad. They just didn't really care . location wise is a bit tricky . hard to find without gps . I do recommend it for short stay or if you're on a budget .

    Just came back from a short weekend visit to Florida, and once again stayed at the newly renovated Best Western Plus Deerfield Beach Hotel. As usual I was greeted and checked in by one of their friendly and courteous staff, this time it was Ms. T. such a lovely and pleasant young lady. She answered all my questions, and checked me in very efficiently. Ms. T actually checked me into the same room I was as the last time, even before I requested it. The new decor is pleasant and warm, with new and improved furnishings. I also saw another friendly and pleasant staff member Germain, who I always like to have a quick chat with. This was my fourth time staying at this hotel, I keep coming back because of its friendly, courteous and pleasant staff, clean accommodations, and it the prices are within my budget.. Thanks again guys for giving me another great experience!!!

    Great location,excellent staff with fantastic attitude.Foyer was well maintained,rooms were very clean,beds and all linens were fresh.My room had a vey nice view overlooking the lake,pool and neat porch.Staff was very, very professional,courteous and informative about the facility and services offered. Beds were super comfortable,A/C worked well,will definitely be back when in that area,very secure parking,felt at home with such great staff.
