Best Western Hotel Hebron

This hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance of the Tivoli Gardens, main train station, restaurants and bars. Also the breakfast was one of the best I've had in Europe. When I booked this hotel I viewed the rooms on their website and was actually excited to stay there. OMG what a let down. The room we were put in was nothing like the photos on their website, don't be fooled. We were in a tiny cramped, old dirty room on the 3rd floor. The carpet was dirty, the chair was covered in stains (we covered it with a towel before using), the furniture was cheap, the decor was old-fashioned, there was a constant smell of seweage, the counter top in the bathroom was chipped, dirty calking, mold in the shower stall - overall most disappointing. We weren't even offered bottled water even though there was a storage room next to ours with boxes of water, none ever made it to our room. We had been traveling in Europe for a week so when I saw there were laundry facilities I was thrilled as we need to get our clothes washed and ironed. I required at reception where the laundry was.....the young gentleman laughed and me and told me there was no laundry. They did however had a drycleaning service. The cost of getting a pair of jeans cleaned was $18. Needless to say we never used this. This is false advertising in my opinion and their website should be corrected accordintly. There are much nicer hotels in Copenhagen to stay in with much better facilities and rooms for much the same price. I won't stay here when we return to Copenhagen.

The staff were extremely service minded. The hotel's central location is very convenient and its facilities are fine. The breakfast is excellent, and it is constantly refilled. It is great to be able to spend any waiting time in the pleasant lobby. Not least, of course, I was very grateful for the unexpected upgrade to my room that I received.

Really amazing location. It is very next to the railway station and the famous touristic areas like nyhavn, tivoli and the stores, supermarkets, restaurants. Special thank you to the staff especially receptionist Alexander for their kindness and hospitality. Breakfast is excellent. The atmosphere is very relaxing and cosy.

From the luxurious bedding, four-post bed to the spacious layout, every aspect of the room exuded comfort and sophistication. The breakfast was nothing short of exceptional, with a diverse array of options to suit every palate. The staff also went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect in every way. Their genuine warmth and professionalism made me feel welcome and cared for throughout my time at the hotel.

We stayed here for just the one night on our way to Norway. We had a horrible day of cancelled flights and lost luggage so we're really happy to be informed that we had been upgraded to a suite. Room was really nice and the bathroom was fantastic! Breakfast also really nice.

For my birthday last month, I dared to try a place, I never thought to explore before. Copenhagen, the capital city of Denmark was a delight to all my senses. Although I missed the sheer delight of its Christmas magic, I was not disappointed in its history and charm. The Best Western Hotel Hebron gave me the base I needed for my exploration. Below, my review. Pros- The hotel was about a thirty-minute drive by cab from the airport. The location itself, tucked away along a side street, allowed for easy walking access onto the main streets, eateries, and transportation stations. The hotel is also located near Tivoli Gardens which, to my disappointment, was closed after the Christmas season and not due to open again until March. Upon arrival, the desk clerks, Cealie, and Alexander, were very pleasant, professional and offered warm wishes when I explained that this was my birthday celebration trip. Throughout my stay, they were always a welcome face to return to for questions or directions. The room, although basic in style, provided the simple needs; a sitting area with coffee table, desk area for my writings, basic bed in a twin like style. The compact bathroom consisted of a sink, a squared off flooring area with a shower curtain and toilet. My room looked down into the courtyard area with other rooms across the way. The sleep quality on the right side of the mattresses, near the bathroom was fair. I switched to the left side, closest to the wall, and found that my rest quality was much better, as though that mattress was not used as often. Radiator heat kept the room at a nice temperature throughout my stay. The only time I used the television was in the late evening as I settled in for the night while watching Danish programs and learning a new language. The complimentary full-breakfast buffet provided a wonderful way to start my early mornings. I would slip in at 7 during the weekend or 0630 during the week to enjoy the stillness of the world outside while indulging on fresh loafs of bread, cheese, veggies, teas, and juices. The buffet was always a feast for the eyes with so many things to choose from beside the standard fare of eggs, bacon, pancakes, and waffles. Try the yogurt, overnight oats, jams, currents, and other foods to delight your taste buds. Housekeeping kept my room very clean and replaced the linen during my stay. Cons- In regards to housekeeping, my only complaint is that the housekeeper on our floor, had a tendency not to knock and announce herself before entering the room. It could have proved embarrassing in a couple of situations had I not been dressed. On my first day in my room, I did not realize that there was slight lift to step into the bathroom. The toe of my boot hit the wood piece, I lost my footing, fell against the sink and while trying to get my balance, fell against the shower wall. Thank goodness I was still holding onto the base of the sink otherwise I would have fallen to the floor. There should be some sort of yellow caution tape or indicator to let people know of the slight change from the main room into the bathroom. During the remainder of my stay, I kept a pair of shoes near the area as a reminder to step up/down to prevent another near miss. FYI-As in most American hotels, I am use to having a face towel as well as hand and bath towels. This is not always the case in most European hotels. As a back-up, I always bring along a face towel or reusable facial/body scrub brush. Overall: I have begun my plans to return to Copenhagen for the 2024 Christmas season and look forward to my stay again at the Hotel Hebron.

I think this hotel has everything to make your stay in Copenhagen as easy and as comfortable as possible. If you arrive by train, the hotel is ideally located, 10 minutes walk from Copenhagen's main railway station. If you arrive by plane, you can get a train from the airport to the main station, about 15 minutes ride. Our room was very comfortable. Plenty of room, very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom with a heated floor (it was snowing when we arrived), tea and coffee making facilities, free WiFi. The breakfast was also excellent with plenty of variety to satisfy all tastes. The hotel does not have an in-house restaurant or bar, but you can purchase drinks (alcohol & soft drinks) which you can consume in their lounge, or your room if you wish. There are some excellent restaurants (Restaurant Buono recommended, great Italian food), as well as plenty of shops, bars, an Irish pub and a supermarket (Lidel) within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Being centrally located, there are plenty of attractions within easy walking distance. All up, we really enjoyed our short stay in Copenhagen and this hotel.

It was our first time visiting Scandinavia had we had a great time. What a lovely city and nice 3day break. We arrived early on in the day about 10.30am and found our way to the train station from the airport terminal. A few short stops and we were in Copenhagen Central Station. Following google maps we realised that the Hebron Hotel was a very short walk and how central it was. We made our way to the hotel and as we couldn't check in yet as it was too early we were advised that we could leave our luggage in the luggage room. So that's what we did and it allowed us to go on then into the City centre without baggage. Receptionists at the hotel were most helpful. We returned later on in the day to get the keys to our rooms. Check in was fast and friendly and we had two rooms. A twin and family room for three. Rooms were close to each other. Plenty of space and the rooms were warm at a cold time of year. Very clean and spacious, comfy beds with nice bathrooms and toiletries provided. Perfect base to explore didn't realise how close to Tivoli Gardens we were either. The hotel is modern and nicely decorated. We were there just before Christmas so the hotels decorations made it so Christmassy. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Being British we stuck to bacon, sausage and egg with toast but there was fruit and pastries and continental breakfast. There were five of us and we found that if we were a bit too late going to breakfast there wasn't always somewhere for us to sit together. The staff did their best though. Nice little lit up area outside in a courtyard where I would imagine it would be lovely on a summer evening to sit with a drink. Still very pretty in winter though when we were there. We didn't even realise that there is a gentleman's club nextdoor until someone told us. My honest review is that I would definitely stay at this hotel and would return. The location was perfect especially if you want to explore and use the train station.

I really rarely give 5/5 but this hotel really earned it and I almost booked somewhere else. Situated about 8 minute walking distance from the main railway station in Copenhagen is the hotel in a street of good solid buildings. The male receptionist was really helpful and pleasant to deal with, very well trained indeed. The temperature outside was really cold and as low as -8C but the heating in the room and building was always good and I was never cold at all. The room was of a good size, big clean bathroom and Imdid have a few coffees in the room to get the cold away! Highly recommended.

We chose this hotel for 4 nights in Copenhagen and we are so glad we did. The location is perfect for exploring the city - only a short 5 minute walk to the Copenhagen train station with short rides to all of the attractions we wanted to see. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy, the hotel breakfast was wonderful with many delicious choices. The breakfast staff were friendly and efficient. My only issue was the room was too warm even though we slept with the windows open, but we didn't let it bother us too much. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has very nice public spaces and friendly/helpful staff. The rooms are small with even smaller bathrooms (as is typically European). A change in dark carpet and dark velvet curtains would be a nice update. I would say it is clean, but not spotless. The breakfast buffet was included, and plentiful with a good selection of foods. Having stayed in another location- by the front, rather than the rear of the train station, I can say that the neighborhood for the Best Western is not as nice (located next door to a strip club). There are not as many restaurants, and is a little further from the major sites. Overall it was fine, but I would not choose it again.

The Best Western Hebron in Copenhagen is absolutely located in a very convenient location if you are arriving from the Train Station. It is only about a 10-15 minute walk at the most and it is level. The most tricky thing is knowing where to turn at the roundabout that leads to Helgolandsgade. The staff is very efficient and upon check in he offered us a complimentary chocolate Guld Barre which was probably included in our reservation. The staircase up to our 3rd floor room was just as efficient as taking the elevator up. Wifi was very strong and we did not encounter any issues with it. The morning breakfast was included with our stay - there was absolutely so much choices and everything was displayed in a very orderly manner. The yogurt was plain and you are offered a choice of what flavor fruit you would like to add. The kiwis were pre-cut and sliced, all assembled like a tree ready displayed and ready for you to help yourself. There were many choices of hot breakfast items as making your own waffles - they even had the powdered sugar for the waffles and the waffle mix was pre-measured and placed in a miniature glass container ready to be used! A wide selection of fresh pastries also. The dining room to eat was huge and spread out as well as there were plenty of tables in the outside courtyard. The big shopping street on Vesterbrogade is located just a half block from the Best Western Hebron-- where there are many businesses as cafes, grocery stores, restaurants, boutiques can be located. We even walked all the way to the Copenhagen Zoo from here and it was a nice 1/2 hour level walk all the way down from Vesterbrogade. It is worth to stay here as the convenience and excellent service is definitely a plus! I would no doubt, highly recommend the Best Western Hebron in Copenhagen as a top choice to stay while visiting Copenhagen, Denmark.

Hotel is nicely decorated with a delicious breakfast every morning…be sure to try the Danish pancakes! It is also in a great location for walking around this beautiful city! This was our second stay, and we would definitely return.

Just returned from a 5 night stay at this Hotel and could not fault our stay. The staff at the Hotel are friendly and welcoming and it is clear they take pride in ensuring your stay is top notch. The rooms are clean and as one would expect of a 3☆. The breakfast is vsried and something for everyone. Again staff friendly. We found it busy at 3.30 to 9am but extra seating in the courtyard made for a perfect spot. This area was also useful for bringing own food back to the Hotel. The staff provided us with lots of hints and tips on travel via Metro and booked a taxi for an early start whilst there. We also made use of the shower that can be prebooked as we had a late pick up for the airport. Would highly recommend. The location was alos perfect, particularly for Tivoli Gardens.

We spent a brilliant week in Copenhagen and we really loved this hotel! It is a few minute's walk from the train station and Metro and on a quiet road so in a great location. It's very easy to reach from the airport and it's close to Tivoli and the foodhall too. Our room overlooked the inner courtyard and was very peaceful. We had a double bed and a large sofa bed for our son. The room wasn't massive but it was perfect for the three of us and the shower was great. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. It was quite busy some mornings but we always got a table and the staff are very friendly. There is a gorgeous, cosy lounge where you can relax after a day of sightseeing and you can buy drinks and snacks from the reception. All in all, we had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely return!

The Hotel is just a short walk from the main train station making the location excellent. The room was very comfortable and very well maintained. The check-in and check-out were both very quick. I enjoyed the breakfast as both the selection of items and the quality were excellent. I have stayed here many times and keep coming back because of the excellent service and value. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We found this hotel to be an exceptional value for room quality, service, breakfast options, and location. We had two stays at the property during our June to mid-July travels to Denmark. Our final stay was meant to be one night before heading to the airport, but our plane was unexpectedly canceled. The staff couldn't have been more helpful when we decided that several additional nights in Copenhagen was the best solution to eventually returning home. After the shock of a flight cancellation with no warning, it was quite a relief to be able to stay in a hotel that had become familiar. I would definitely return!

The location was steps from the train station and lots of late night eateries. Great in the summer when it stays light past 9pm. The breakfast was delicious. They served hot eggs, bacon, sausage. Plus homemade breads and yogurt, muesli, jams, cold veggies, meat and cheeses, fresh fruit and juices, pastries, coffees, teas, fresh juices. It was quite extensive. My family was full until dinner.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location for getting about and enjoying Copenhagen. Rooms are clean and tidy and staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms don't have air con but fans are providing. Overall I had a very pleasant stay here.

This hotel was pleasantly clean, comfortable and in a great location relative to many of Copenhagen's attractions. The breakfast was outstanding too! The shower was a bit small but overall the rooms were spacious enough for us not to feel crowded and the room had all the essentials.

Located bang in the middle of Copenhagen, but still a very calm and quiet hotel. We had room(s) overlooking the back garden and slept with the windows open. No aircon, so probably a bit hot in the summer. Small, but nice rooms. New and delicate bathrooms. All the staff were very friendly, you feel at home here. Breakfast was OK, but could definitely have had more options.

I enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff cleaned my room daily and provided clean towels. It was quiet, so I was able to sleep well. The bed was comfortable. Each morning a full breakfast was served in the breakfast room. The staff was friendly and attentive. I will definitely stay here again.

Room advertised as a single bed and I didn't quite believe it, but yes it is a single bed. That's what it said though, so I can't complain about that. I will complain about dirtiness and lack of care for the room - stains on the curtains, devices not working. Breakfast was crowded in low season, so I'm sure it's a real drag when it gets warmer. Ah, and thin walls, and screaming kids.

I stayed for business. It is a smaller hotel in an older building. The reception was small. I had a double room on the first floor, with limited space. The location is good close to the train station. Breakfast was good.

Didn't use. Staff - 10/10. Excellent staff. Very polite and courteous. Most helpful. Meals - 8/10. Breakfast was good. Didn't change much over 3 days, but there was a good choice and it was tasty. Hotel - 7/10. Stayed here for three nights. Location within Copenhagen is perfect. The hotel itself is smart and very presentable. The issue I had was that we only had one decent sleep out of three. Friday morning dustcarts and deliveries in the street started at 04:30 and music (possibly from the strip club next door) went on until 04:30 Sunday morning. Coupled with the poor beds, this didn't make for relaxing nights to recharge.

Hebron is a lovely hotel situated right in the city center of Copenhagen. Close to the main station, shopping, museums and other attractions. The staff members are professional, and makes you feel like a valued guest. A hotel like “home away from home”. Quiet, comfortable and high standard clean rooms. As a regular guest, I can highly recommend Hebron

Spent 3 nights here with my husband for the Christmas markets and my 60th birthday, Hotel rooms lovely and warm and cosy after a day of sightseeing in the cold. Underfloor heating in the bathroom fab. Beds really comfy. Breakfast absolutely fab . Everything u can think of hot and cold. Every member of staff we had contact were always pleasant and helpful

We booked this hotel for a visit to Copenhagen for our 10th Wedding Anniversary. There was a slight mixup when we arrived, and we had a twin room instead of a double room (not quite what a couple celebrating their wedding anniversary were looking for!) It was too late to do anything that day, but the next day we were moved to a double room for the rest of our stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, including the bathroom, and housekeeping did a good job of cleaning during the day. The breakfast bar was very good - a good selection of hot food (bacon, sausages, eggs, etc), pastries, yogurts, cheese, fruit, etc. It was enough to set us up for the day - apart from a snack and drinks, it kept us going until the evening! The staff were friendly and helpful. Would we use this hotel again? Definitely, with no hesitation!

The breakfast buffet was extraordinary. You could eat in the breakfast room or in an outdoor courtyard. Location was very walkable to the train, Tivoli and many museums. The front desk staff was very helpful. The room was small, but clean.

Best Western Hotel Hebron is simply perfect. Staff is so nice and the older classic hotel in Copenhagen is charming and warm. Here you find the greatest breakfast. All is in the absolute centre of Copenhagen. Great hotel and more than fair prices.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was close to all the tourist attractions, some good bars and restaurants and the train station, the later making it easy to get to and from the airport. Our room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was varied and plentiful. We liked the outdoor courtyard, somewhere lovely to sit after a hard day. The stars of the hotel for us though were the staff, all charming and happy to help with advice and local knowledge.

It is within walking distance and central of tourist attractions. Hotel is located on the side of the main street which is good and away from the crowd. A strip club is right next door. Tivoli garden is just down the street. Chinese and vietnamese restaurants within a few blocks.

Really friendly hotel. Great location, 5 min walk from train station and close to Trivoli Gardens. Breakfast was fantastic, great choice with some hot options. Beds comfortable. The fan that was provided was very handy. Staff were friendly. We loved our visit.

There is a wonderful courtyard and also inside seating for getting together. Drinks and snacks are available anytime. The rooms were very open, clean and comfortable. The hotel is located within walking to most city sites.

I stayed here with my husband and 3 year old son recently, and we had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and suited our needs. And the breakfast was delicious and had lots to choose from. We will certainly be back if we make trips to Copenhagen in the future.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Copenhagen and is staffed by lovely people who went above and beyond to help us. Our large room overlooked the hotel courtyard dotted with tables and chairs, plants and heaters. Breakfast was a huge smorgasbord and the staff served hot and cold drinks from the reception desk. We strongly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Spent two days before cruise. Excellent location. Only a few minutes walk to Tivoli garden. Breakfast is really good. There are tasty selections of cold items, cheese, pastry, hams, plus many vegetables and fruits, although no hot items.

We recently enjoyed a long weekend in Copenhagen staying here. It's a nice hotel and for us in a very good location, only a few minutes walk from the main station. Our room although on the small side had everything required for a few nights and a comfy bed! Breakfast was really good and set you up for a days sightseeing! The best part of the hotel are the staff,from reception through to breakfast they are welcoming and friendly and a credit to the hotel.

We love this Hotel! It's beautiful and they have a super breakfast! It's in a good location too... not too far from the city center. Our favorite thing about this hotel is their staff though. They are super helpful and accommodating. They helped us with taxis, food suggestions, advice on attractions in Copenhagen and other things. Our 3 favorite staff members are Naia, Benedikte and Kristine. They are Amazing! I would stay here again just because these 3 work here. They are that good. We leave Copenhagen tomorrow and we will miss the city.... And the Best Western Hebron.

Just checked in & the reception was awesome! The room however, is significantly underwhelming. Old carpet, torn curtains, smelly bathroom (that awful, dirty rag smell). The only plus is that the linen is good. The Hebron has the feel of a glorified youth hostel. Other reviews rave about the location, yes, it has that. But why it has such a high rating otherwise is beyond me. Way over-priced for the quality. Surely there must be a better hotel in Copenhagen at this price point... never again.

Highly recommended, very close to Tivoli gardens and central station. Chaotically busy breakfast was rich and sumptuous. Building had many quiet rooms to relax and work if you need. A great stay in Copenhagen.

Well presented modern and charming hotel. Helpful staff, decent breakfast. Room was cold at night but otherwise a great base. Amazing location - short walk to the central train station and Tivoli. Check in was very late - 2pm but they let me leave my suitcase. Would stay here again.

The hotel is very close to the train station but the area was very tranquil and clean. There are many hotels in the area and restaurants. Attractions like Tivoli, Glyptothek, Christianborg or the museum are in walking distance. The room was big enough with a sofa bed for my daughter. The bathroom was spacious and with a floor heating. The heating was somehow central controlled what is a bit anoying but for the cold days in Kopenhagen OK. The breakfast room was always full and you had to wait a bit to get seated (eastern?) The food was good although the orange juice was not fresh. The prices are high

…and the atmosphere and ambiance is not that bad either. Parking at the hotel is almost impossible. However, there is an underground parking just around the corner. Room clean, and bathroom renovated. Bed are comfortable. It should be considered to switch into a double top mattress, in stead of 2 singles, that slide apart. Breakfast is excellent and very nice presented. Could sit there for hours.

Great location a few blocks for Copenhagen Central Station making it easy to get around town. Reception is great and answered all my various queries. Breakfast room was well laid out and food selections were great.

I stay in this hotel last year and everything was perfect !!! the staff was amazing !! the rooms were simply perfect and breakfast its wow !!!!! the blond girl in the reception recommended me some good places to eat and even just simply enjoy a glass of wine and a beer. ^^ This time went for breakfast only and is still the best iv had so far in Copenhagen

Great hotel, friendly staff, nice breakfast, great location. Ideal location just a 3 minute walk from central station and the metro. they offer points scheme which give you free nights at any best western hotel.

The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the station so perfectly placed. The entrance and reception was very welcoming. The interiors are very classic, clean and well presented. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and professional. Our room slept 3 of us for our visit (girlfriends), the beds were comfy, rooms were comfortable, warm and well equipped (only issue was no hairdryer in the room). Bathroom was clean and showers were good. The breakfast that was included was INCREDIBLE! A seriously delightful dining space, beautiful decorated and light. The variety for breakfast was epic, including pancakes, waffles, English breakfast, continental, fruits, yogurt and pastries. Utterly fabulous. Well priced and we would definitely go back again :-)

Cozy hotel close to the Centralstation. The room are fairly small but OK. Cleaning of the bathroom could be improved. The common areas are very nice and together with the excellent breakfast the reason why I would consider this hotel again. Nice courtyard, bar and lounge area with several small room for people to gather. Nicely decorated. The breakfast is super good with a large variety of cold and warm dishes. A perfect long Sunday breakfast.

Came here for 3 nights with 12 year old and husband. Hotel is lovely and clean. Staff - only interacted with receptionist who was lovely and friendly. Would recommend and would return. So close to train station and Tivoli, we walked everywhere in the city. Felt safe. Breakfast was lovely. We all loved the whole stay! Thank you!

Single room on second floor. Bathroom good, bed ok, window to inner yard. Breakfast very good. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from other rooms and hallway, people shuffling about moving chairs. It's an old building with little sound proofing so bring your ear plugs.

What we loved: - nice design - great lobby and atrium - super nice and friendly staff - even if you check out at 11am, you can store your luggage at a hotel for the whole day - delicious breakfast from local producers - 3 min walk to the Central station (bus, train) - 5 min walk to Tivoli Garden What i didn't like: · We got a room right next to the elevator. I'm a light sleeper, so when people woke up in the morning and went to breakfast (from 7:30 on) I woke up.

A high standard hotel, clean and offer all you need. Close to city center, walk or just borrow some of the hotels bicycle. Great staff that helps with whatever! Lovely breakfast and lovely atmosphere, also straight-friend i guess ; )

Best location very close to Tivoli, Rådhuspladsen, Ströget pedestrian street and the railway station, nice interior and clean room, good breakfast including everything like bacon and eggs and friendly staff.

Centally located but still peaceful, staff all very friendly and helpful, breakfast excellent, esp in light of the Covid measuerments taken. The hotel met the lowest offer on the internet which benefited us and the hotel.

First time In the city this place was close to the main railway station and within easy walking distance of most of the sights was a great stay rooms were comfortable and warm breakfast was one of the best I have had in a hotel lots to choose from

Reception and Breakfast staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was delicious my husband enjoyed every morning. The room numbering was on a coloured masking tape on the wall looking rather unprofessional and odd...but the room was wonderful with its own chandelier the shower room was very spacious and clean. It was a nice hotel and a great team running it.

The hotel is 2 minutes from the Central Station, close to Tivoli Garden and the shopping street. The check-in was easy and smooth. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable. The wooden floor was creaking but it was okay. There were plenty of choises for the breakfast, everything was delicious.

A nice hotel in the heart of Copenhagen, quality for the price, and good service! Our room was really fine - clean and tidy. A cosy courtyard where you can enjoy a glas of... in the Summer. Also on the groundfloor a very cosy hall, where you can sit and relax. A really good morning buffet, which I can highly reccomend.

Had a really great stay at the Best Western Hotel Hebron in Copenhagen. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good although it did get very busy around 9:30am. The hotel has a good central location and the main train station and metro are just a couple of minutes walk away. Tivoli gardens is very close and we found we could walk to most of the central Copnehagen sites within 20 minutes or so from the Hotel. The hotel staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

The room was fine, the breakfast fantastic and the service personel friendly and service minded. This is why we prefer to stay at this hotel when we visit Copenhagen. Look for more reviews by MulleEllum.

Great location, wonderful staff, great breakfast. Highly recommended. Easy to reach from the airport via the train. Short walk (under 5 minutes) from the train station to the hotel. A great lounge facility where you can BYO with glasses and ice provided.

A lovely hotel that is a perfect base for a trip to Copenhagen. It's walking distance from the main sights, very close to the metro/central station & there are plenty of restaurants close-by. We didn't use all the hotel's facilities, but there is a pretty courtyard & big reception/lounge area, which had been decorated beautifully for the Christmas period, and a large luggage storage room. All the staff we encountered during our stay were friendly & helpful, and although the room was simple in style it was warm and equipped with all the important features, including a kettle and safe. The bathroom was modern & clean and the beds were very comfortable. For those travelling with children it's worth noting that the hotel is on the outskirts of Copenhagen's red light district, and there is a strip club next door to the hotel, however my friend and I (two girls) felt completely safe at all times of the day and night, so this should only be a concern if you want to avoid awkward questions from the inquiring minds of children! The only negative comment i have is that there was some noise (music from the club) on Saturday night as our room faced onto the street, but ear plugs blocked this out completely so our sleep was undisturbed. For me the best part of the hotel was the breakfast buffet - truly one of the best (and most extensive) I've come across, including some delicious danish bread & pastries! This hotel offers excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

Typical hotel. Good thing is that it has very central location near the train station. Subway is close. Breakfast is typical and if you have long stay like I did you get tired very fast. Terrible is the noise you get in your room. You hear everything the neighbors do and if someone walks in the hallway it seems like it's happening in your room.

So I had a late fight into Copenhagen, and stayed the night here before I departed. This hotel is located on the back side of the main Train Station by about 2-3 blocks. It was around 11pm and walking to the hotel I felt safe and other people where walking as well. I was able to have a speedy check in process, the hotel is a maze to find your room. Once in the it was nice, it appeared to be remodeled, the bathroom is really nice. My only issue was the walks where thin, and I could hear people walking and talking in the hallways. The other guest where not speaking loadly. They offer e free breakfast and it was really good, a standard European breakfast.

Very pleasent stay in this old fashion but typical hotel. Fantastic location near the central station and the city center. Rooms clean and well equipped. Nice staff. Very good breakfast, many sorts of everything. Price/quality ok

Honestly considering it is a Best Western, I expected a proper bed and not a couch bed and a bathroom with a proper shower. The bathroom is ridiculously small and although the room is cute and clean it's not Best Western standards.

The Hotel Hebron Best Western is situated close to the Metro and the Railway centrally in the city. Breakfast is exceptionally good with organic products. Very kind staff and clean rooms. Has been renovated some years ago

Wonderful location. Easy walk to Tivoli Garden, restaurants, Hop On Hop Off Bus stops, downtown and train station. Fantastic breakfast with wide variety of food. Helpful, very friendly staff. Bicycles available to be like a local.

Hotel is located within walking distance of everything in the centre of Copenhagen. Well run hotel , rooms are clean and well appointed, including fan as temperatures were in high 20's on our visit. Amazing breakfast sets you up for the day . The only issue is courtyard noise , sensibly closed from 23.00 hours , but on hot nights noise from open windows is magnified by acoustics. But it was unseasonably hot so don't be put off , outside rooms recommended.

This our time in Copenhagen and the first time we were in a Best Western Hotel. The reception is ample and staff professional and cheerful. They were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel has an outdoor seating area in a 'well' and splendid to relax. The lounge is excellent and a quiet hide away. The restaurant has a substantial seating area and a splendid breakfast spread. Staff again very helpful. The rooms and though fares showed no ware and tear and nicely decorated. The room had an excellent comfortable double bed, all facilities and spacious. No aircon but a fan was provided. We would recommend the hotel to anyone as central and close to all the attractions including the railway station and tourist information centre.

This is a lovely little hotel in a great location. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast fresh and plentiful. The rooms are okay - especially the showers! - but if you are unlucky enough to draw the short straw and get the fold down camp bed, I wish you luck! Also, the noise from the courtyard travels via its fabulous acoustics so adds to the possibility of an interrupted sleep!

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been. Welcoming and friendly receptionist, warm wide and clean room, beautiful inner court for the breakfast and... ladies and gentleman: The Breakfast. All in all, simply super. Don't get me wrong, it is not a five star, anyway in my personal opinion it is by far deserving four stars. Instead, I have a mixed feeling about Copenhagen: some wonderful zones, not only the channels, yet it is really dirty as I would have never imagined. One suggestion: Electric scooters are a funny and easy way to visit a city where there are more bycicles than cars. You can download the Lime app (but it is not the only choice) and rent as many scooters as needed. It goes without saying that it is anything but cheap. The hotel rents bycicles at a good fare compared with the standard here but... cyclists are way more dangerous than cars, and along the cycling roads there is no time for slow down and look around... you must go go go.

Easy walking distance to both the main station (to and from airport) as well as the Hop-on-Hop-off buses. Hotel was quaint and clean and included one of best breakfasts we've recently enjoyed. Added to this, we were handed a packed breakfast for our early departure. All highly recommended.

The location is decent. Fairly close to the central station (walking distance). It's a little loud and the room seemed old but the sleep quality was good. The breakfast is phenomenal, great spread. I'd recommend this to anyone.

Having had a not-too pleasant stay at a nearby hotel pre-cruise, we selected the Hebron post cruise. and happy we did. Nicely located, spacious standard rooms with a very nice updated bathrooms. Good breakfast, and a helpful and pleasant staff. What this Hotel lacks is a porter to help us seniors to unload the baggage from the taxi onto the room.

This is a lovely quaint hotel located just steps from Tivoli, central station, the meatpacking district and really anywhere else in Copenhagen. There are so many good restaurants close by you almost cannot go wrong in this area when looking for food. The hotel itself is very cozy and has a beautiful courtyard to sit and have coffee in. We have a baby and the hotel already had a crib in our room ready to go. Bathroom was beautiful with a shower and a tub. The free breakfast was great and had a lot of fresh options. Staff were lovely and very friendly. Only negatives are lack of parking options and that the hotel sits next to a strip club. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.

In Japan I have stayed overnight in many small rooms, but such a small room I got in Hotel Hebron in Copenhagen was a bad surprise and disappointment for me. The bed was very uncomfortable with a mattrass that in the second night slipped down so that I almost fell to the floor. The room was in the fourth floor in the attic and it was quite obvious that the attic was later arranged for rooms, or these small rooms were in earlier times originally meant for the domestic staff.

There is not a matress on the bed. it is a very thin duvet type cover over the box springs. if you look carefully at the pictures, you'll see what I mean. If you can sleep on the floor and move about the next day with no discomfort you will have no problems. It caused me severe back pain. The Breakfast was very good. There is an outdoor courtyard that is a nice place to relax but smells likes cigarrets . There was no soap around the bathroom sink. We asked for soap for 3 days, but never received it. We used shampoo to wash our hands. This is not a good place to sleep for anyone with minor to severe back issues. They had a nice buffet breakfast. I don't think they offered any other meals.

I stayed here in November, 2017 and returned in May, 2019 because it's a great hotel for exploring Copenhagen on foot. We did not rent a car, so location was super important for this visit. Close to the central train station for fast airport travel, the Best Western Hebron is also less than one block from a major street in Copenhagen, so it's easy and convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Arrived before check-in, but reception allowed us to leave our bags in a locked room until later. The room was great, with a comfortable bed, plentiful hot water and good water pressure in the shower, soft fluffy towels, it was large enough for two people and our belongings, and everything looked, felt, and smelled immaculately clean. The breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality foods and tasted delicious. Our second morning was the day we flew out, so the gentleman at reception ordered boxed breakfasts for us to take with us on the train to the airport. Everyone else at reception and the breakfast team were friendly and helpful, just like last time I stayed here. If we're fortunate enough to return to Copenhagen a third time, this will be the hotel we choose yet again. For location, convenience, room quality, breakfast, and service, I can't imagine better.

This was a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again. The decor was great. The room was comfortable, we had spent two nights previously in Berlin and this hotel had the Berlin hotel beat. It was fantastic!

Staff was wonderful, room was beautiful, location was convenient and breakfast (included) was incredible! If you need a place to stay in Copenhagen, this is it! Also, be aware that if you are heading to the cruise port after your stay, the hotel has a deal with a taxi service for a flat fee for your ride, rather than being on a meter. This was a pleasant surprise.

Hotel Hebron is an excellent value in a very expensive city. We stayed there twice, the first time for three nights and the second time for one night. The first room was in the older section and the floor was very creaky, other then that the room was clean and everything functioned. The bathroom was very modern and with an excellent shower. The breakfast was also very good offering both European and American breakfast items. The location is an easy walk to the CBD and Tivoli Gardens

The hotel is situated in a great location- 5 minutes walk from Copenhagen Central station and surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a family room for 4 adults which was a little small but serviceable. The room was clean but the decor was looking a bit tired. Breakfast was included and was very good- plenty of hot and cold choices such as crepes, waffles, cheeses, fruit, eggs, sausages, bacon etc. I would recommend a stay at this hotel.

Our family of four stayed two nights at this hotel at the end of a cruise. I cannot say enough good things about the hotel. the staff was fantastic - very friendly, helpful, gave great suggestions, etc... The rooms are very nice (smaller than a US hotel room but very comfortable). Nice large bathroom. Loved that we could open the windows in each room. The rooms also come equippped with fans. The location is great - easy walk to Tivoli Gardens and many major attractions and restaraunts. Also convenient to public transportation. The hotel includes breakfast and it was the best breakfast buffet we have ever had!

Asked for a quiet room and we were given one at the back. It was comftortable if a little small, and was a bit noisy from around 6.30am as it was close to the kitchen. Refurbished bathroom was good, but the highight was the breakfast which gave us a huge choice of hot and cold fare, from scambled aggs and crepes to fresh fruit and pastries. Location good for restaurants and bars and close to the main station and Tivoli Gardens.

Nice Hôtel and nice area. The breakefast is full of choices and with a lot of different food. Just one remark ,the receptionist should learn about the location of the rooms in the hotel. She sent us to make a tour visiting the hotel instead off telling us that the lift straight from the reception was much easie to reach.Unfortunately She was not very nice with us.

We stayed at the Hotel Hebron for 2 nights prior to a Baltic cruise.We felt it was a great choice. The location can not be beat. It is a 1/3mile walk to the Central Station(main station in Copenhagen), which will get you anywhere you want to go. Close to buses also. Less than half a mile walk to Tivoli Gardens. There are many restaurants within a short walk from the hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and modern. The room was smallish, but very comfortable, with a large bathroom. The breakfast buffet was incredible. It was so good. Many different choices of hot breakfast with a large amount of fruit available. We would definitely stay here again.

Chose the hotel based on its location to Copenhagen Central Station. It was clean and close to some local landmarks (Tivoli Gardens ) and good dining. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting close access to public transit, i.e. train to the airport. It is not close to some of the other famous city attractions such as Nyhavn district or the harbourfront (e.g. the Little Mermaid, royal palace, shopping).

The Hebron is a five minute walk to the main train station and close to a supermarket and restaurants. With its intimate, little sitting areas and quiet courtyard setting, it seems more like a boutique hotel than a Best Western. We were given a suite on the second floor which was comfortable, spacious and had a pleasant view of a local park. The modern bathroom had double wash basins, a separate shower and tub, heated floor and towel rails and adequate space for storing toiletries etc. Unfortunately the ill fitting door to the hallway let in some outside noise and light and rattled in the breeze. We wedged a piece of cardboard into the gap, which seemed to do the trick. There's no fridge in the room but you can go down to reception where they'll give you a bit of ice in an ice bucket. The included breakfast was more than adequate, offering an array of choices and lovely service. Everything on offer was made in-house, so was very fresh. As a Diamond Select member I was given a choice of bonus points or welcome gift and an excellent accommodation upgrade. Pre-stay emails were answered promptly and requests honoured

Stayed 4 nights over Easter. Stayed in room 127. Room and bathroom clean and tidy, smelt lovely and fresh. Heated floor in bathroom. Tea & coffee facilites, small safe in wardrobe. Coat hangers in wardrobe. Quiet room overlooking back side of hotel, nice view to small green area and other buildings. Close blind/curtains during day to avoid room getting hot. Beds soft, pillows bulky/high. Asked for some lower ones in reception, not a problem. Door not well soundproofed, easy to hear people in corridor. Lovely courtyard area between buildings, also nice lounge area. Breakfast v good - cold and warm dishes, breads, variety of fresh fruit + fruit salad, cereals, waffles, croissants/cinamon buns - but busy between 9:15-9:45, had to wait for table or sit outside in courtyard area, which was nice but only possible in good weather. Good location, 5 min walk from central station. Would consider staying here again if soundproofing improved!

Stayed at this hotel one night with my son. The lobby is small but nice and the check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. The room was tiny and the beds were old but the room was clean. The hotel needs an upgrade. Wouldn't stay there again until they have upgraded the rooms.

Nice location, next tout the main train station. The neibourhood is more for adults though. No restaurant but nice breakfast. Quite rooms. Take at least a double room otherwise your single room can be very small.

A very enjoyable stay. We were made to feel welcome on arrival. Lovely cosy lounge area for relaxing with a drink or two - bar prices good. Charming decor throughout the hotel. Everywhere was spotless. Breakfast amazing - literally anything you can think of. Friendly and obliging restaurant staff. Bathroom (superior double room) on the small side, but couldn't fault anything else. Luggage storage available. Good central location, near main train station and Tivoli Gardens.

Nice hotel within 5 minutes walking distance of the train station, and in a position where you can do a circular (with a few diversions) tour of the cities main attractions. Seeing a Strip club next door was a bit of a surprise (must use street view next time) but It was not a problem. Check in was easy, and despite only expecting to drop my bag off when I arrived at 12:30, my room was already available. My single room was on the first floor facing out of the back of the hotel on to a small playground area (was quiet) and some flats. The room was adequate for one person for a few nights, was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast staff were friendly and the buffet selection was considerable, with something for everyone.

The hotel ticked all the boxes during my 7 night stay. Great location, very clean room, excellent breakfast with lots of fresh food, friendly staff and being cold weather the room was nice and cosy. A short walk to Central Station and most of the wonderful sights of Copenhagen and the airport express. I would recommend this hotel.

Visited with friends and shared a triple room. Check in was straight forward with polite and efficient service. The room was clean tidy and the bathroom was better than expected. The hotel is located near the train station which goes directly to the airport. No taxi needed. Airport transfer was £8.50 return. The hotel is walking distance from the Tivoli centre. In the other direction is a number of bars/ strip clubs/ take away outlets which may bother some but didn't effect our time there. The main shopping areas and restaurant/ bars are about 25 minute walk away. We walked there daily and it's a pretty direct route from the hotel. Check out was 11.00 but the hotel allowed us to check out later and also leave our bags in a secure room until our later flight that day. Breakfast was complementary with a good range of breads, cold meat, cheese, pastries, fruit along with hot eggs, sausage and bacon.

Great breakfast, great location (except the fact that there is a strip-club just next door) and resonable priced. Good wi-fi. The staff is helpful and very low-key, almost so low-key that they don't look at you when you pass them - which could be a plus or a minus depending on who you are. The reason why I don't give more than 3/5 is the cleanliness, or the lack of cleanliness to be honest. The carpet has stains, all the towels I had during my stay had stains and the kettle and the cups in the room were not well cleaned. All of this gave a pretty bad vibe about everything else in the room. I could stay here again but would probably bring my own towels then.

You know the joke : which BW is the best BW of all BW? The Best Western Hebron in Copenhagen ticks all the boxes for us and we give it top marks. Located just off the main (Vesterbrogade), a short walking distance from both the Central railway station and Tivoli Gardens, it turned out to be very quiet for sleeping, with a first rate mattress on a large bed and a vast ensuite bathroom. Excellent breakfast in a secluded room was followed everyday by tea and espresso in the comfortable, even luxurious basement lounge. All is all a great stay.

Nice hotel in a very central location in a nice walking distance from most places. The room was nice and clean, quite a lot of sound through the door though. Service was friendly. Breakfast was great with a wide choice of different food. A good choice in Copenhagen.

The problem is, when we booked this hotel, there was park place written on the information. We thought it belongs to the hotel. But the hotel doesnt have actually one. They told us that they have deal with another one but it costs 40 euro for a day. That is a little bit irritating to be honest. They need to change this information. Because we came from Germany with the car and it is not really nice to hear that at the hotel.

the key is heavy and they don't use digital locks, breakfast was great and the rooms are super small with little privacy. You can hear everything and when the windows are open you can see a troop of people staring at you.

Stayed here two nights in a single room. Location is good, very close to the main train station. Quick bike ride into the old town centre. Plenty of dining options nearby in Vesterbro and Kødbyen. Ground floor of hotel (courtyard and sitting rooms) looks fine but the room itself was not as fresh as it appears in the photos. Wooden floors under carpet were creaky, mattress was springy, carpet worn. Condition of room and bathroom was average. Staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, not good value but I guess Copenhagen is a very expensive city.

We spent 7 nights at this hotel, and another one night a week later on a brief return to Copenhagen. The hotel was well-situated, located as it is just minutes (on foot) away from the railway station, and walkable with respect to all the sites that we wanted to see in town. The room was fine in terms of amenities, but it was almost always stuffy as a result of which we had to open the window once or twice a day. The only problem with doing that was that the hotel was near a strip club, so noise from the street below would then get in, especially at night. I could identify no heat source in the room, however, so could not ascertain the source of the stuffiness. The staff were lovely and helpful, both in the breakfast room and at Reception. I did not manage to get all the names, though all the gracious women who were on duty at breakfast are worthy of commendation. The same applies to the Reception staff; one of the names I did manage to get was that of Sarah, to whom we are most thankful for her good advice and pleasant demeanour.

small clean twin room, nice shower room with plenty of clean towels. don't worry about the strip club or surrounding area,no problems. good filling breakfast,wifi ok. no mini bar or bath tub in standard room. near to main station and food outlets,easy to find.

Raining and around 1 C  degrees. --- Directions from /to the airport - - - From the airport take any train. Go out on Nerroport Station. Follow the sign S and take the train Blue A or green B color... After 2 stops go out to kobenhavn Station. Walk 4-5 minutes to the hotel. Return to the airport : Line 9-10 to Nerroport 2 stops On Nerroport take the M2 yellow line and go out to the airport [last stop].

In late November, I came here with a colleague the night before we joined a large group staying at a nearby hotel. It's a shorter walk to the central train station than the walk between terminals at many international airports, and very convenient to restaurants, shops, and other public transportation. The location is superb if you don't want to drive in Copenhagen. Our room was adorable. It had just enough antique touches to give it a charming feel, and the modern conveniences to make is comfortable. The bathroom had radiant heat in the floor, so the tiles were warm in late November. The bathroom was clean as a whistle, well-equipped with fluffy absorbent towels and plenty of hot water. The outlets and lights worked perfectly, the beds were clean and comfortable, and we were very pleased with everything in the room. If you're a breakfast fan, their breakfast is reason enough to stay here. We expected the usual nice-hotel breakfast, but theirs totally blew us away. It was the BEST breakfast we have ever had at any hotel, anywhere. The array of foods was vast, everything was fresh, well prepared, beautifully presented, and tasted delicious. We have not stayed in super-expensive, 5-star hotels, but we imagined that this breakfast was what one could expect at such a hotel. The next few nights we stayed at another hotel near this one where the large group had made reservations. Although it was a wonderful hotel, very modern, comfortable, and more expensive than this one, we agreed that this hidden gem was a better place to stay. If we return to lovely Copenhagen, we would stay here.

Fantastic location close to central train station. Room very quiet. Staff pleasant, helpful, discrete. Excellent breakfast. Lovely courtyard if you had the weather to use it. Limited bar facilities but great bar two doors up which also serves sharing plate food. Would definitely stay here again.

We had room 107 with a balcony which is ideal to cool down if you are an Australian and not used to hot rooms. Very helpful staff. Close to Central station and an easy walk to all the main attractions of Copenhagen. Excellent breakfast buffet. Free wifi. Modern bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities.

Just returned from 2 nights in Copenhagen. This hotel has an excellent location, the central station is a 4-5 minute walk away, so everything is easy to reach. The room was clean, bathrooms are just renovated. Check in and check out were quickly and smoothly. Breakfast was good too, lots of choices. Would stay here again.

All, yes ALL, employees we encountered displayed very high quality, service oriented, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and caring attitudes. I've stayed at 100s of hotels world-wide and seldom encountered this level of overall personalized service. We especially commend the OUTSTANDING front desk personnel!! Each advised us with concise yet in-depth information AND greeted us by name each time we passed!, Clean, comfortable rooms with excellent breakfast [wide variety of hot and cold entrees]. Automatic front doors & elevators. Well kept, very clean property. Close to many attractions/activities.

We found this hotel online and recommend it highly. We arrived at airport, took a train to Central Station and then walked about 2 blocks to our hotel. Very tiny reception area but welcome was very warm and friendly. Able to get in our room early and it was charming. Very clean and well maintained. Great bedding! Well appointed bathroom. Breakfast was included and it was a very bountiful feast. Reception desk arranged a cab for us to cruise pier and it was the perfect end to our stay.

The staff here were friendly and helpful (this is pretty much true everywhere in Denmark!). The hotel was clean and in a very convenient location to the train station, which was great for the day trips we had planned outside of Copenhagen. For what we needed it was great - a clean room, quiet, convenient location, and breakfast included. The breakfast buffet was great and had a lot of options to pick from. I always grabbed a few small items (apples, a roll) to take with me for the day and no one gave me any trouble about it. It's not the fanciest place, but if you want to stay somewhere decent and and reasonably affordable this is a good choice. Our room was small and awkwardly shaped, but that's pretty much Europe for you. The bathroom was TINY but had all the amenities we needed to get ready each morning and night. We didn't spend much time just "hanging out" at the hotel, but it has a nice little courtyard if you wanted to take a break to relax. I would book this hotel again if I went back to Copenhagen.

Not sure about every room but the room I had had an extremely uncomfortable bed. It was one that i couldn't tell until i slept in it. I think i might have been more tired when i woke up. Anyway if i ever do stay again i would ask to see the room forst vefore giving them my credit card.

My stay at this hotel was pleasant. The hotel is located a few blocks from the train station. The front desk staff was very helpful with my questions. The lady who assisted me spoke 4 languages. My room was a little small but it didn't bother me. I was in Copenhagen and always on the go. So much to do and see. The WiFi was good and the breakfast was delicious. A great way to start my days. I would stay here again when I return to Copenhagen.

This hotel is located a couple blocks from the train station. Even though there is a gentleman's club next door, I was comfortable walking to / from the hotel at night. My bathroom was spacious and was my twin bed room...even had a couch. Breakfast was delicious. It was the typical yogurt, fruit, granola, meat, cheese, waffles, eggs breakfast. Good Wifi service.

Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and good free WiFi service. Bad acoustics (you would listen to all neighbors at night) and somewhat basic and small (although not for the Danish standard) room. Not very modern either.

Room was good , staff were good , food was good . located 5 minutes from central station and 7 minutes from Tivoli Gardens . Also few minutes from Hop on Hop off major stop Plenty of bars and eating places in the area .Would recommend to friends . Expensive but that is Copenhagen

We stayed here for 2 nights pre cruise. Taking the train from the airport we were able to walk to the hotel in 5-6 mins. We had a lovely modern room on the very top floor and although it was not needed it did have air conditioning. Very good sized and I would guess fairly recently refurbed bathroom. We were over the inner courtyard and found it very quite. Loved the inner court yard, very trendy looking and comfortable, lovely place to sit and have a coffee. The breakfasts were fine, a good selection of hot and cold food. The dining room did on one day seem very crowded, and at peak times I would guess you may have to wait for a table. The staff were very friendly and helpful, made you feel very welcome. It was easy walking to all the main attractions apart from The Little Mermaid. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is very nice. It's clean, well maintained, and the service is wonderful. The front desk staff was super helpful. The buffet breakfast was well stocked and had tasty offerings. the room itself was good sized for Europe, with a good sized bathroom. As for the location, it's in the center of town, with a short walk to the core of Copenhagen and the Tivoli Gardens. It's a great location for visitors to Denmark. Plenty of restaurants are around too. Note that there is a strip joint next door which is kind of weird, but we did not experience any problems related to the club.

From the street Hotel Hebron might seem a little dull or even a bit boring, but from the second you enter the reception area you see this place has a couple of aces up its sleeves! Friendly and polite staff working effortless to handle all types of requests was a wonderful start. The beautiful courtyard was very inviting as was the lounge areas situated on two different (half) levels looking up towards the reception and courtyard. Our room was on the top floor in the building behind the courtyard and it was far from disappointing. Very spacious with nice views of the city and a decent size bathroom. Note that the shower was on the small size if you are a tall person. Great bed and the only thing the room was missing was a small fridge. The interior was just as modern and chic as the reception and lounge areas. WiFi worked perfectly throughout our stay. Breakfast was a delight with plenty of options from bread to warm food. Extra nice to see they had set up a kids breakfast table. Location wise I can't think of a much better place to stay without having to pay a lot more. Very short walking distance to the Tivoli, central train station, bus stops and the main shopping street. Also close to the meat packing district. We found a great Chinese restaurant only 4-5 minutes from the hotel if you feel like eating close to the hotel. I would warmly recommend this hotel to friends and family and thank everyone working at the hotel for such a nice stay. Safe travels!

This hotel is a short walk from the Central Station - wonderfully convenient. Nothing is too far away in Copenhagen and it's a short walk into the centre of the city. The hotel common areas are lovely, with a really nice inner courtyard. My room was nice - small but clean and comfortable with a lovely view over gardens at the back of the hotel. Nice big windows, too, which I appreciated in the humid evenings. Breakfast is marvellous and all the staff were delightful. Recommended.

The hotel has lovely design inside. Very comfortable beds, spacious shower, easily reached from the main station but in a relatively quiet area. Breakfast is okay, great selection but not too nice coffee. We were able to leave the luggage in the storage while exploring the city.

My husband and our friends opted for an extra day in Copenhagen after a cruise and were not disappointed with the Hebron Hotel. From the minute we arrived the reception staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble. Thank you. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and plentiful something for everyone.The hotel has lots of character and is very welcoming and comfortable.The location is good for visiting the city. Would definitely stay again when in Copenhagen.

The hotel has a very good position, 3 minutes walk from Tivoli and Kopenhagen H (the central station). The city center is also near, we did not use public transportation to get to the sights. The room is big, very clean. The staff is nice and helpful and we also enjoyed the lounge and the beautiful terrace.

This is not elegant or high end, but..... I would stay here again and would not even think twice about it. Very comfortable, good quality elevator, nice outdoor courtyard in the doughnut hole of the building, and to my delight... a fabulous breakfast spread. Much better than the other options for the same price.

The location was perfect for walking around Copenhagen! We had two rooms with 3 people in each room. The room design isn't exactly as described online for that many guests, the only reason for not giving it 5 stars. The staff was fantastic. The nice selection of beer and wine to relax with in the evening was a great bonus for us. The breakfast was SPECTACULAR. We sat in the courtyard and ate each morning. I love that there were fans in the bedrooms so we stayed nice and cool with the windows open at night. The beds were very comfortable- the pull out sofa was not quite as comfortable but wasn't too bad. For a "best western", it's actually a very European feeling hotel, which we loved. Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms was very small and there was no AC. I knew this going in, but it was still very hot. I asked for suggestions about where to find food and was not given very good directions the night I checked in. The morning person was much more helpful and I found a nice area to visit the morning before my cruise. The breakfast was not to my liking, but the room it was held in was beautiful.

Best Western Hebron is 350 yards from the Tycho Brahe Planetarium. Vesterbro is a great choice for travellers interested in shopping, museums and culture. Our rooms were facing the courtyard so it was very quiet even at night. The lounge was also very relaxing were you can drink tea or coffee, use the PC, or buy snacks. Hotel is built around a nice courtyard where one can sit most pleasantly when weather is nice. Rooms were average, we had a larger sized room than we had in most of Scandinavia. From a location and room point of view, the hotel was pretty good - though the price we paid you would have expected that. Breakfast buffet is very good with choice of breads and rolls, pastries, cold cuts, several cheeses, cereals, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages, also boiled eggs. Breakfast room is served by several friendly and alert persons and dishes are replenished frequently. ...so something for all to get your jump started. There is no lunch or dinner served here but plenty of restaurants a very quick walk from here. The neighborhood nearby is average, though a few blocks down is the red-light district, and there is a strip club right next to it. This is a nice hotel, people speak perfectly English and the position is quite wonderful. We were very pleased and recommend this hotel.

Stayed here 3 nights overall the hotel was good tho we found the rooms small even compact not much room once you have your luggage in there is no air conditioning but this is throughout Copenhagen it was so hot while we were there we had a fan and slept or tried to with the window open The breakfast was very good with a good choice of foods you didn't need to eat during the day. The hotel is in a good location for most of the attractions all within walking distances. Yes I'd go back but not in the high temperatures we experienced this summer

Hebron is a wonderful boutique property. Friendly informative front desk staff. Very helpful. Great location close to all amenities. Comfortable beds. Lovely courtyard and beautiful indoor lounge area. Best breakfast ever, beautifully presented.

I stayed one night at this hotel. I choose it due to good reviews. I was very disappointed. A very small room. No air con( a very warm day) and generally very tatty room. How it got the great score and review is a for me a mystery.

It is an older hotel but looked after very well. The staff are great, the breakfast is a good range of items. Within walking distance of a lot of the attractions. Restaurants are close by as well. Around Dkk$260 for taxi from Cruise terminal and Dkk$265 to Airport. The room we had was pretty small and clean but too much furniture for the size, we had to move one of the bed side tables (which wasn't really needed) so that we could close the bathroom door. Also it was extremely hot overnight in the room (no AC). No fridge in the room either.

When visiting an interesting city like Copenhagen, you are unlikely to spend much time in your hotel! Therefore, the location is of paramount importance so that you can enjoy your visit. Being located approximately 250m from the station (which is about 20 mins from the airport) you do not waste any time. The beautiful Tivoli gardens are just a few minutes walk away. The hotel room, although not large, was perfectly acceptable with a newly refurbished bathroom, our only complaint is that the room can get quite hot (no a/c). Breakfast was good, with enough hot/cold options to keep our family satisfied and can be taken outside in the adjacent courtyard, should you wish. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful for first time visitors such as ourselves. We hired some bikes from the hotel and the receptionist helped us plan a route, a great way to explore Christianshavn, Nyhavn and then see the little mermaid.

We took the train from Malmo, Sweden and chose this location for ease of walking. Breakfast was good and had something for everyone. We ate in the courtyard one morning and it was lovely. Only thing you need to do is ask for a courtyard window facing room as ours faced the back of our hotel into a private courtyard playground where people were up late making noise. We walked all over Copenhagen in the couple of days we were there. If I had it to do over I'd probably rent a bike as this city is a BIKE CITY! We walked to the little mermaid statue and stumbled upon Kastellet (17th century fortress and museum) which had a Dutch windmill on the hill! It was free to walk through during the day and is surrounded by a star shaped moat. It is an active military installation best as I could figure as there were guards walking the grounds. We didn't get there until evening so only walked through. This hotel is next to a strip club but it doesn't open until late and was no big deal as we tourist it hard then go to bed fairly early.

We stayed here with our dog. The roo.s were OK for 3 star hotel but the best thing was the courtyard where they serve breakfast and something to drink on the afternoons. Breakfast was good! I would prefer air condition in the rooms if anything to comment on

Super friendly staff, the room is alright, pretty tiny for the price I have paid honestly. It is enough for 1 person but can be a little tight if you are traveling with someone. The bathroom is pretty good, not too tight, clean and comfortable. I have used the Room with Single Bed, it had two beds separate. I liked the outside area between the entrance and stairs to the rooms where you can have a beverage outside, only till 11pm though. Breakfast is nice and sweet, not alot of variety but they do have the essentials like breads, cheese, eggs and beans to start your day. The location is really where it is at. it takes 3 minutes before you hit the main road and you can reach the city hall in 10 minutes walking. You don't have to walk alot to see the city.

We stayed here on 23 july for 3 nights with family . Good danish architecture building ,nice courtyard ,front desk staff helpful . we were given room(fan) without AC and it was very hot when we requested about they give us AC room and it was really comfortable and beds was fine Breakfast had good selection of hot and cold food and staff serving efficiently ,seating area was seems not big but on the side of big room you can see more seating area even outside as well . this hotel is very close to main train station and all city attractions . over all we had great stay here .

Our hotel room faced the inner courtyard. The room didn't have air conditioning but the air outside was cool and quite pleasant. The drawback was that voices carry throughout the courtyard and it can get very noisy! There is a policy for people to vacate the courtyard by 2300 hours which is enforced. Breakfast was tops. The kitchen staff worked very hard to provide a beautiful array of food items. They even served individual coffee carafes good for two. Tivoli Gardens is walking distance, the train station is even closer. Restaurants are nearby. This location worked well for us. Staff were pleasant and very helpful.

After researching for several hours a hotel in Copenhagen, reasonably priced, well located and with good reviews, I chose the BW hotel Hebron. Once arrived, I was not disapointed. Fast check-in, professionally done, nice room, compact but very clean , confortable beds and renovated bathroom. Breakfast was very nice, good variety of items in pleasant breakfast room.

Located central to all your tourist needs this to my mind is one of the best hotel values in Copenhagen. Walking distance from the train station and Tivolli it is a beautiful boutique hotel with a very professional and attentive staff. My room was located in the back of the building and even without air conditioning in July was cool and peaceful

First Best Westerns in the the US are very much an average hotel chain. That said the Best Western Hebron was above average. We stayed here 2 night before going on a Baltic cruise and return for 3 more nights after the cruise was over. If we didn't like it we would have found something else, but as I said we returned. Copenhagen is a walking oriented city. The hotel was only 2-3 blocks from the Central Train Station, where there is a direct train to and from the airport leaving about every 10-15 minutes. Only $6US each way to/from the airport, so very reasonable. Talks about 20-30 minutes in transit, depending on time of day and train traffic. Hebron front desk staff all spoke great English and were very helpful with all our questions. Copenhagen was in a heat wave and we only had a room fan the first 2 nights. We requested a room with air conditioning for the return stay and got one. It worked great. Only rooms on the 4th floor have A/C and not all of them do, so you have to request it and no guaranty. We walked most everywhere, and there are some really good restaurants within 2 or 3 blocks. We also went to some restaurants that took about 20-25 minutes to get to. You can walk to Nyhavn in about 30 minutes. See my other restaurant reviews. Hebron included a hot breakfast with the room. We had a room for 3, which are hard to find. It was about $350/night including the breakfast. Copenhagen is an expensive city, so this was pretty reasonable when you factor in breakfast. All in all would recommend this property

We stayed at the Best Western Hotel Hebron for three nights prior to our Baltic Cruise. The hotel is very close to Copenhagen central station which has a train to/from the airport. It is also only a short walk to the tourist information centre, Tivoli Gardens and the first stop for the hop on, hop off buses. There was no air conditioning, however our window opened out onto a small court yard. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of variety. The strip club next door posed no problem, there was no noise or any other issues. I would recommend this hotel, especially because of its location.

This hotel is about 5 minutes from the train station. Yes, it's near some strip clubs, but you'll hardly notice them during the day. There are rentable bikes outside. The rooms are small but arranged with usual Scandinavian efficiency. My medium-sized roller fit on the suitcase bench, but I'm not sure if a full-sized one would. The bathroom is a traditional Danish wet room, where the bathroom space is also the shower space. They do have a curtain that will marginally protect the rest of the room. Pro tip: move the toilet paper out of the bathroom before showering. As many others have mentioned, there's no AC in most of the hotel. You won't find it in most of Denmark, but it can get stuffy if you happen to hit a warm day. The windows open, but air doesn't move with the curtains closed, which is pretty necessary in the summer with the long days. The warmth, plus musty pillows and being able to hear everyone's footsteps made sleep rather difficult. Fortunately, I had a room toward the back that overlooked a park, so there was little street noise. The television had many channels. I heard Danish, English, French, German, and I think Swedish. There's also a small safe. Breakfast is huge and has many hot and cold selections. There's a large courtyard where today can eat or hang out. Staff were friendly.

Best Western Hebron was a nice place to stay in Copenhagen. It is in walking distance of the central city, close to the train station and tourist attractions . Friendly staff and great breakfasts. While it is not an up market hotel it compensates with good service and pleasant atmosphere.

This hotel wasn't exactly what we expected. Copenhagen is incredibly clean, safe and friendly. So, even in a terrible part of town, things are pretty nice. However, I am lucky that my 12 year old is relatively worldly. There is a strip club next to the hotel, and two around the corner. When we went down the street for dinner, there looked to be a couple of prostitutes across the way. The hotel itself is pleasant inside, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is no hotel parking, but there was room on the street and the ability to pay for more than one day. The main tourist area is about a 10-15 minute walk up a busy street with tons of bicycles. Tivoli Gardens is on the way there. The location is "central" but not in the middle of everything. The rooms are older and on the small side, but decent for a city hotel. What was surprising was the lack of air conditioning. That was a new one for me in a large chain hotel. Fortunately, with the windows open and a fan on, we were able to do ok at night. Breakfast was really good with a ton of choices. Nobody checked my room number, so I guess you can feel free to bring friends :-)

We were so pleased that so many at the front desk were helpful and even seemed delighted to help us with our many questions. They went out of the way to assist us in getting tickets to the opera. Fredrick at the front desk was exceptional. It was fun for us to make efforts to thank them in Danish and then let them speak such wonderful English back to us.

The staff were very friendly, from the front desk to the breakfast room staff, so that is the reason my rating is so high. Also, hotel is very centrally located near the train station (three stops from the airport) and the tourist area, so that is a plus. However, it's important to note that if this hotel were located in the states (US) it would be considered a motel. Rooms were very plain and noticeably dated (cracks in the wall, carpet buckling, peeling paint). The sheets on my bed had many hairs and dust on them when I arrived. Not actually a mattress on the bed, more of a 1-inch thick mattress topper that moves freely on the bed spring. Floor has really worn carpet with stains, chairs are wobbly. Restroom seemed somewhat modernized, minus the shower floor that doesn't allow for water to drain properly. There is a "gentleman's club" right next door, and while the occupants can't be heard, the folks leaving it and standing outside drinking CAN be heard all the way into the morning hours. There is no air condition, so you'll swelter with the windows open, or have to open them and enjoy the revelry outside. My flight was delayed due to weather upon arrival, so much so that I wound up arriving the next day. I contacted the hotel (through Expedia); the hotel informed me that they would hold the room but wouldn't be adjusting the prepaid amount to reflect the shorter stay. When I return for my next work trip, I won't stay here.

We stayed at the Hotel Hebron for two nights while in Copenhagen with a group of friends. The hotel was brilliant. It is a 5 minute walk from the station. The public area are lovely, obviously newly decorated. The hotel has an open courtyard in the centre with seating which is where we congregated most days. You can get drinks and snacks here too. The rooms are slightly tired but have got everything you need, the beds are comfy and the rooms are quite spacious. We also had a room that overlooked the courtyard which was nice. The hotel is in a great location and an easy walk to Tivoli gardens, the train station and into the Center of the city. You can hire bikes from the hotel, which we did.. probably one of my favourite things we did. The hotel were also happy to store our luggage when we arrived early and didn't need to leave until late.

Much better than I expected!! Good location, great staff, aways clean and pleasant and they have the cutest little courtyard for just sitting and relaxing! The breakfast was always good and varied. I actually have no real complaints. Got much more than I paid for.

Very nice property. very accommodating and helpful staff. The location is really central with the Central Station a 3 minute walk away. Tivoli Gardens is 5 minutes and the walking/shopping street 7 minutes away. Quad rooms were large and well appointed. No air conditioning. It was very warm in Copenhagen so needed air conditioning. They had a small pedestal fan in the room but that was totally inadequate for the size of the room. The breakfast was very good. Service staff were really friendly and going out of their way to be nice. Was expensive but a good place to stay for a longer period.

I look for hotels that make me feel at home-this hotel fit the bill. It has a lovely quiet interior courtyard to relax with a glass of wine and read a book, lots of indoor nooks to do the same in inclement weather, very helpful and accommodating staff, my room was clean and comfortable and I loved sleeping with the windows open ( there is no AC so kind of mandatory), coffee/tea in room, and a small but efficient bathroom. Free bfast was plentiful in a light airy room with lots of tables adequately spaced. This hotel is a stones' throw from central station, Tivoli, shopping, restaurants and hop on hop off bus stop-everything you need for a perfect Copenhagen visit!

Hebron by best western in Copenhagen is ideally located close to the city centre. The Tivoli Park & the main shopping street is just in very close proximity about few hundred yards away . Cooperative staff , good breakfast & efficient wifi are all positives in this hotel . Rooms are very standard & not very large in size however comfortable. Overall one can plan stay as the location is very nice & quite value for money .

Loved our stay at the BW Hotel Hebron. We stayed for one night after our cruise. Being American, I trust the Best Western name, and I was not disappointed. The rooms were a good size, bedding comfortable. What I liked most was that it's a historic building made comfortably modern. The hotel courtyard and cozy lounge area were finely decorated that it felt like I was staying in a boutique hotel, and they helped one decompress from the bustle of the city. The price was reasonable given Copenhagen is an expensive city. The hotel does offer the best free breakfast and well worth the price of the stay. The service given by staff was pleasant and cordial. My only suggestion is that they constantly have two staff at the reception, because there can be a wait especially given they sell the hop-on hop-off bus tickets at the counter too. The location is a short 5-minute walk to Tivoli, Central Station, a grocery store, hop-on hop-off stop. Although I heard somewhere the area is a bit of a red light district, I could not tell aside from the night club next door and erotic store around the corner. I mention this only if you are sensitive, stick to walking on the main street. All-in-all, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel was a pleasant surprise, especially after staying in a cramped cruise ship stateroom for 10 days. The reception desk called us a taxi after check out, which arrived within minutes.

The location is at its very best, the breakfast is probably one of the best in the city and the interior and standard quite all right. The hotel is 5 min walk from the station and 7 min walk city center and Well placed and has good rooms ... The view from the rooms is also decent as this is in the heart of a business district. Rooms are very clean have heating but no air conditioning but one can always open the windows if it gets a bit hot inside. Breakfast is a nice lavish spread one would expect from Best Western Group.

Hotel is located in a nice part of town. Within walking distance from train station/buses. The interior decoration and modernisation has been tastefully upgraded, retaining charm , and character, whilst being brought up to standard and expectation of an up to date hotel. Price was good for the location and city, with the plus being breakfast included. (many hotels in Copenhagen are extra). The room we stayed in may have had a recent upgrade, the bathroom was clearly new, with a lower wet area, again tastefully refurbished and roomy. No problems with water on the floor, as other reviewers have commented. The room was large, with a desk for working on, or getting ready to go out, beds were comfortable, however, sound does appear to be an issue, and you can hear as people pass in the corridor or return to rooms etc. The breakfast was excellent, with a good choice for everyone, cereals, meats, breads, waffles, pancakes and a choice of hot food. An internal garden area, is ideal for sitting and relaxing, for families and groups and you are welcome to bring your own drink, up to 23.00 h It is as others have commented next door to a private strip club, but this does not affect your stay for families or single women travellers, apart from the advertising on the outside of the building, you would not know it was there. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, you only need to ask, nothing is too much trouble. Many languages spoken by the staff. The location is within walking distance to attractions of the city, such as Tivoli Gardens, City Centre, local transport links. Overall excellent, would return and definitely recommend, only down side if any is that they have no onsite restaurant for lunch/evening meals, but there are many resturants nearby.

Very good free breakfast. Big rooms and pretty bathrooms with a great shower. So so for bed comfortablility. Great outdoor area. Close to Tivoli if thats your thing. Close to train. Front desk staff seem nice but somethings amiss. Be careful walking out the right of the hotel. It becomes kinda seedy and has alot of sex shops

This hotel has a lot going for it, but soundproofing rooms isn't one of them.The breakfast is superb. The decor of this place dating back to the late 1800s is a definate plus. The building has character. Not that it affect your stay but nextdoor is a 21-05 stripclub. The neighbourhood is fine.

This is a relatively small hotel, which is very well located, close to many restaurants and walking distance to attractions such as Tivoli Gardens and The National Museum of Denmark. It is also very close to the Central Train Station which is very convenient for train travel including trains to the airport. The train station has more to offer than trains however as there is a large food market as well as other shops including a big 7-11. We had a large accommodation, at the top floor of the hotel which included a bedroom, sitting room and a bathroom. Lighting was good especially in the bathroom which is rare for most hotels. Some reviewers complained about the shower and how water gets all over the floor but it is no big deal and easily controlled but using a large bath towel to act as a barrier. What really makes this hotel special is the front desk staff. The (mostly) women who are at the desk are attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. My wife fell while crossing the street one evening on our way back from dinner. When we reached the hotel a few minutes later the woman at the front desk-Ana-immediately called the emergency medical service and found out which local hospital had no wait time at the ER. She then called a taxi, offered water as well as ice for the swelling on my wife's face all while running the front desk with people checking in, answering the phones etc. We were very impressed. By the way, staff at breakfast and cleaning were also very good One last point to make is that the breakfast is excellent also. Overall an excellent experience all around.

Stayed for 3 nights. Hotel was clean and tidy breakfast was OK. No complaints. Ideal location for a short break. Hotel rents out bikes which is an ideal way to see city. Not far from main attractions and from bars and restaurants

We stayed for 3 nights. Stylishly decorated. Clean and light. Excellent staff, so friendly and helpful especially Sarah and Birgitte. Lovely comfortable bed and particularly liked the heated floor in the bathroom. Excellent breakfast buffet with hot and cold choice. Great location for all the sights in walking distance but also bus routes so easy to get around and close to the train station. Will be back.

Near Copenhagen central station (5 minute walk) and in the centre of Copenhagen. Rooms are clean nice interior comfortable bed and fast internet. Friendly staff and nice breakfast buffet with plenty to choose.

Superb staff across the board. Wish I could say enough about all the things they do for guests. Breakfast is beyond any high level expectation. Very clean, all the time. Rooms are good and comfortable. To the east is everything you could ask. Neighborhood to the west is improving but should be avoided especially after dark. Excellent value with extraordinary customer service.

I have just got back from spending 4 nights at this hotel and overall it was a pretty good stay. Pros: great location just a 5 minute walk from central station and round the corner from bars, restaurants and amenities. Hotel reception and restaurant areas very modern. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety, you can even make your own pancakes and waffles. Room was spacious and bed was very comfy, the bathroom was the nicest part with heated floor and a lovely shower. Cons: our room was right next to a lift that had a note on it asking guests to use the one at the other side of the floor due to renovations taking place inside it. Whilst we adhered to this, most other guests didn't and this meant that all we heard from around 7/7:30 every morning was the buzzing and whirring of the lift going up and down.. as people who like to relax when on holiday and get up that bit later, this ruined the stay slightly for us. As this is the only negative though, I would stay again but would ensure our room is as far away from the lift as possible!

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at the Hotel Hebron and found it to be perfect choice. It is really well situated less than a 5 minute walk from the train station and Tivoli Gardens and very accessible for everything else in the city centre and beyond. We stayed in a double room with an extra bed and a travel cot for our two children and there was plenty of space for us all. The room was clean, pleasant and warm and the bathroom was lovely. I often find the showers in even quite fancy hotels disappointing but this was probably the best shower I've ever had in a hotel which was a joy to behold, with two heads, good pressure and lots of hot water. The bed was comfy and we all had a good sleep each night. We had read in other reviews about the walls being paper thin and so very noisy, however we did not experience this. True you can hear other people walking up and down the corridors, but we were not bothered by our neighbours at any point, although granted we were not here at peak time of year (although it did seem quite busy) and cannot vouch for the other bedrooms. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, including the housekeeping staff. The breakfast was all kinds of amazing, probably in fact the highlight of the hotel. As eating is generally expensive in Copenhagen this is a massive bonus as you can easily eat enough to last you way past lunchtime! There is no restaurant within the hotel for other meals – I'm putting this on the review as before we visited this wasn't clear, so just in case anyone else is wondering. You can get room service via Just Eat which is a great concept, although there is a delivery charge, and you can buy snacks and beers from reception. The small lounge is very peaceful and relaxing for enjoying these (and has an ice machine, which the three year old thought was just about the most amazing thing ever). A few of the other reviews we read mentioned the strip club next door. Although this is true we were not aware of any sleaze at any point – we visited with our two young children and did not find this to be a problem at all – in fact we felt the hotel was extremely family friendly. Overall a great stay that I can't fault. If I had to make any comment at all it would be that there were no little milks in the room to go with the tea and coffee, but this was easily solved with a daily trip to Netto. We will definitely hope to stay here again if we find ourselves back in Copenhagen.

We spent 3 nights at this Hotel. It is located only a short walk from the train station. Upon arrival we received a warm friendly welcome. Our room was lovely, clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is only a few minutes from the city where we caught our sightseeing bus. There are many restaurants and cafes located within the area. The breakfast was great with a good selection of hot and cold dishes.

I was disappointed with this hotel. Based on the pictures I was expecting the interior to be a little more modern and clean. Unfortunately the corridors and rooms felt very old, tired and a bit dorm-like. I emailed the hotel prior to arriving to ask if there were any upgrade options and the details. I was ignored, but as soon as we arrived we were being asked if we wanted to pay for an upgrade. It was an extra £100 to upgrade and I was expecting a really beautiful room, instead it was quite tired, two single beds pushed together, and uncomfortable bedding. The bathroom however was lovely and so was the room size. I felt a little ripped off from then, £360 for 3 nights when actually we could have stayed somewhere else nicer for that price. The biggest problem with the room was the noise. Every morning we were awakened at 4am, 5am or 6am. You could hear every step from other guests in our ‘upgraded' room. I didn't find the receptionist staff very warm or helpful either. I did ask to change rooms but the room offered to us was much smaller than the upgraded one we paid for. Unfortunately I got around 4 hours sleep every night, which wasn't great. The breakfast area and outdoor area was lovely. Food was delicious. The hotel is right near to the station which was ideal, however it's also next door to the ‘best strip club in Copenhagen' which wasn't particularly inviting. Overall, I was disappointed with our choice.

As many people already said, the location is excellent only a few minute walk away from central train station. The street in front of the hotel is very quiet with moderately light traffic. However, the hotel is a converted Victorian building, where an original large room is divided into multiple guest rooms. The room divider is paper thin (it literally looks and feels like paper), that you can hear the conversation of people next-door like 70-80% of what is said (unless it's in foreign language to you). Similarly, the building structure is probably largely made of wood, hence, the impact noise from the room above is not minimised whatsoever. You get to hear things dropping on the floor, people dragging chairs around, or large person with heavy foot stamping around or dumping themselves on the chair / bed that you can feel the vibration. And if you forget to set the alarm clock then worry not. As soon as the room next-door wakes up, you hear them and you will eventually wake up, especially if they are checking out there'll be luggage smashing or dumping on the floor. In addition, the cleaners start their duties quite early, like 9am. So when they are in the corridor you will hear them pushing the trolley around, running from room to room, smashing and banging things in the corridor or in the room next to you if they have checked out. One more thing, my room doesn't have air-con (not sure if others have it), but I can't imagine how bad it would be in summer that there's no ventilation and there's noise from all round, plus potential street noise (although it was quiet during my stay in first week of January). Breakfast was great, with reasonable mixture of hot and cold food being replenished regularly. There wasn't a moment that they ran out of what I wanted to eat. All staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

We stayed with my husband in this hotel for 2 nights The first night was a nightmare as our room was in front of the staff access to the canteen. So we were awake at 5 in the morning So I have asked another room and with absolutely no complains at all this amazing receptionist Christina gave us another room. And it was fantastic !! The hotel is well located and close to the main station. Can be a bit rough around at night but the hotel is well secured. The breakfast was honestly very good I would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone The only “bad” thing is that the walls are a bit thin and you can hear sometimes the other guests

I enjoyed my stay at this elegantly decorated hotel. Its location is just perfect with nearby Restaurants, cafes, markets etc. Staff is helpful. Rooms are Comfortable and definitely very clean. Breakfast is so nice with lots of lovely fruits, cheeses, pastries, nice breads. I can gladly recommend to all Copenhagen travellers.

The hotel is ideally located close to the main railway station in Copenhagen. The room size varies a lot, and none have minibar or fridge. The breakfast is very nice, with plenty of everything. The staff is very kind and helpful.

We stayed for 3 nights mid week. Easy to navigate from the station and central location Extremely close to Tivoli gardens which were beautiful at Christmas Hotel breakfast amazing would definitely get this as it is expensive to eat in Copenhagen. Beds comfy and good choice of pillows. Very clean and room cleaned everyday. Very warm when radiator on which was exactly what we needed at this time of year. Would return in a heartbeat

Used a free night here with Best Western points. Everything went well, very friendly check-in. The hotel is very conveniently located, about a 3 minute walk from Copenhagen Central Train Station and maybe 10-15 minutes from city hall and the other central locations. Right next to Tivoli. The room was large, especially for a European hotel. The decor (carpets etc) are a little dated but everything was clean. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet. Would stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel that is locatade very central close to everything. Nice facilities and excellent breakfast. Rooms small but clean. A bit noisy as limited sound insulation. Location is right by Tivoli and train station with manny attractions nearby. In summer a nice outdoor cafeteria/beer/breakfast. All in all nice for the price but standard is 4 stars not more. Rooms brings down the rate but downtown big city that is normal.

We stayed here for 2 nights before our Baltic cruise to see Copenhagen and acclimate to the time change/flight from US. As a BW Diamond member, our room(414) was apparently upgraded although my wife, used to American standards, didn't think so and called it the attic. It was on the top floor, courtyard side and included an a/c-heat unit and a second room with sofa, desk table and chair. The bathroom appeared to be new and modern. The bed wasn't as comfortable as some but adequate. The included breakfast, as in all of Europe apparently, puts the American version of "breakfast included" to shame as you can see from the photos. I really enjoyed the big blocks of cheese and the neat circular slicer to cut it. The courtyard was a nice quiet place to have an afternoon drink. The hotel location was good: on a side street but close to the main thoroughfare and as no doubt previously noted, between a really nice restaurant(Frk. Barners Kaelder) and an establishment "voted the best stripclub in Copenhagen" but that did not present any issues during our visit.

Stayed here 17th of Nov 2017 for 3 nights ideal location for city visit really close to railway station, Tivoli and lots of restaurants and bars , rooms slightly dated but nice and clean and we'll maintained staff really friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast selection plenty of choice.would love to go again

The hotel is in an amazing central location which is handy for the Central station and Tivoli gardens. Breakfast was great with loads of choice and the price was really food for Copenhagen. If we ever return we would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here twice, for our first night after arriving in Copenhagen in early August (on our way to Sweden) and then 3 weeks later for two nights before returning to the US in early September. The hotel has some big advantages: easy walking distance from/to the train station; quiet at night both in the hotel and outside, despite being near Tivoli (although there were about 15 minutes of fireworks at 10 pm the last night); a bountiful and good-quality breakfast buffet (you could probably skip lunch after eating at this buffet); and very nice public areas including big breakfast room, nice courtyard seating area, and downstairs lounge with WCs (good if you are waiting to check into your room). Based on those features I would normally give 4 or 5 stars, but the rooms we had pulled the rating down. Some of photos I've seen on Trip Advisor show nicer rooms, so I'm assuming that those rooms have been renovated and/or we got rooms that were a lower grade. Our rooms definitely did not seem worth the high price (especially compared with other Best Western properties where we've stayed in the US), but luckily the first stay was paid with Best Western Rewards so we didn't mind as much as if it were out of pocket. Both rooms we stayed in were very small--smaller even than some New York City hotel rooms, which are notoriously small--and had design problems that caused discomfort and even had the potential for injury. For example, there was a "step" between the bedroom and bathroom floors that almost caused me to trip or stub my toe at night, especially because there is no night light in the bathroom (if you turn on the regular light when you open the door at night, it may wake the other person in bed). In the second room, there was so little room between the side of the bed and the wall that I kept banging my hip into the pole behind the curtain (and I am a normal-size person). The bed in the first room was reasonably comfortable, but the one in the second room (which was supposed to be double or queen) was two twin beds pushed together, with 2 single mattress pads; to avoid the gap in the middle you had to stay on your side (not so great for romance). The bed and the pillows in the second room were quite uncomfortable. Both rooms had what seemed like updated bathrooms but with design problems, such as (in the second room) a small shower area that is hard to maneuver in and that opens to the toilet/sink area so water gets on the floor even when the curtain is closed all the way. The rooms did not have air conditioning and they were stuffy when we came in the room, but we were able to open the windows and use the table fan to get a nice breeze especially in the evening. Not sure how well this would work in the peak of summer and/or if there were bugs. The staff was helpful, and I especially appreciated the assistance in trying to get a boarding pass printed (ultimately unsuccessful, but that was a problem with the airline). Note that there appears to be only one computer for guests to use, and one guest was using it for a very long time (which is why I had to ask the front desk staff to print the boarding pass). If they can't provide another computer for guests, they should have a policy that limits the time that one guest can use the computer when someone else needs it.

Hotel Hebron is conveniently located close behind Copenhagen Central Station. This hotel has spacious rooms unlike most hotels in central Copenhagen. The breakfast served is fairly good and meets the requirement. Copenhagen central station is within walking distance.

this hotel is right downtown close to all attractions, it is a little older but the rooms are up to date and the full breakfast that has all you need and is free of any costs. all best westerns offer this, this one also offers tours and the hop-off bus is right around the corner plus they will phone for taxis to the port or the airport, at a flat rate off 260 krone. that 2017 prices to either spot. the shower is a walk-in with no lip to trip on, a bonus for my wife as steps are a big concern for her or others with leg problems. good front service and they speak English as well as other languages.

Our experience was on both the 3rd and 4th floors, as we stayed here both before and after our Baltic cruise. As there were three of us the rooms were set up in a king a single format. The beds were very comfortable bed. There was a wardrobe with a safe, awkwardly situated for some reason on the bottom. The bathroom was small but efficient and looked to be newly renovated. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning but just a single stand fan. It was quite warm during our stay but we managed. Breakfast was excellent and provided a fine assortment. Reception was always helpful and always with a smile. It is a convenient hotel, very close to the city center, just ten minutes walk to the Townhall and 5 minutes to the Tivoli gardens.

It was difficult to choose because hotels are really expensive in Copenhague and I had readed a few disappointed comments about the hotel. My experience was in the 4th floor. A Standart single room with a tiny bed, but a very comfortable bed, a wardrobe with a locker and a little bathroon, just renovated, In the room there was also a sofa with a little table and another table where I coud sit and work. No minibar, but a tea pot with a selection of tea and coffee. Breakfast was nice and assorted, nice staff in the buffey and also in the reception desk, helpful and always with a smile. It is a convenient hotel, located in Vesterbro, a neighbourhood that some time ago was not a recommendable place but tat now is plenty of hotels, tranquil and full of interest. Very close to the city center, just ten minutes walk to the Townhall and 5 minutes to the Tivoli gardens

The hotel is nice and close to the central station, which makes it easy to get to. The hotel and rooms were nice and clean. There is a good selection of food for breakfast. The only thing the hotel lacks is a bar, it has a lounge and courtyard area but no bar.

My desire is to compliment and thank the front desk staff and cleaning staff who took the extra time to check for me for an appliance for my mouth which I misplaced while staying there. They did their very best to assist me. This appliance would cost $800.00 Canadian to replace. They understood the importance of locating it and the importance it was for my health to have it. I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The public spaces are quite nice, well-maintained and visually appealing. The breakfast was very good, great selection, well-stocked, even on a busy Saturday morning. And they did the soft-boiled eggs perfectly - this almost never happens at hotels! The location is great, very short walk to the train station. The room was small compared to American standards, but this is common in centrally-located hotels in Europe, and the layout was decent and functional. The staff was cheerful and helpful. But a few things left a bad taste in my mouth. Upon checkin, the person behind the counter led us to believe we were getting a free upgrade to a bigger room. Then, when we pressed, we found out there would be a significant up-charge. The bathroom shower barely trickled any water. It took me 3x my normal time to take a shower. The hair dryer barely functioned. Yes, it turned on, yes, it blew a little warmish-air, but it did not function as a hair dryer (eg, capable of actually drying hair). There were two small bottles of wine and two bags of nuts left out on the table, with no signs displaying the price, appearing as if they were free. We asked reception and found there was a charge. I don't mind that they charge, I do NOT like the attempt to be tricked into buying something. The bedsprings were a bit worn and saggy. The hotel is clearly an older hotel and the room was a bit dated. This doesn't bother me, especially as it was quite clean, but the walls are very thin, so we were able to hear quiet conversations from the hallways and doors opening and closing. We could also easily hear the staff working in the courtyard. I think if the price had been significantly lower, many of these items could be overlooked. However, for me, two very important things, getting a good night's rest and easily getting clean, were not achieved. We paid ~$240 for 1 night, with breakfast included.

I booked this hotel because of its proximity to the Central Train Station. This is a classic European hotel. We were able to walk to many attractions. Our room overlooked a pleasant courtyard. The breakfast was good. The staff was helpful and attentive.

My friend and I stayed in two single rooms on August 26 and 27, 2017. They were the rooms 118 and 119. Do not stay in these rooms. Very small and probably the only rooms that have not been renovated. Rooms were too small to even open completely a medium-sized suitcase. And no shelf space in the miniscule bathrooms. Were theser the sertvants'rooms? Only good thing - they faced the inner courtyard and very quiet. We complained and when we stayed there again on August 29 and 30, 2017 we were given the single rooms 407 and 409. A big difference. Although the beds were the same size, the rooms were bigger and the bathrooms were very modern. Only caveat - these rooms were streetside and a bit louder with the windows open, but they did have air conditioning which rooms 118 and 119 did not have.

The photos fooled me and even most of the reviews...and so consequently I booked this hotel for our pre-cruise accommodation. The hotel is very central. The lobby is small but lovely. The breakfast room is huge and full of charm...and an amazing breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausages, crepes, cereal, fruit etc..). But... our room looks like a youth hostel room with ugly red carpeting, a boney sofa, a 1 1/2 inch mattress (yes) with a box spring under it and stained sheets. The bathroom is very basic with TP that is hard to access, with dirt on the walls, with a toilet that doesn't fully flush but with excellent shower water pressure. Anywhere where the floor and door frames meet are peeling and the room coffee cup is chipped. The hallway walls are badly damaged and the bright green doors and handles look like prison cell doors. For many people, obviously, this level of hotel (I would say 2.5 stars considering just the room) is acceptable. Not for me! When I am on holiday, I like a hotel room that is at least as nice as my home. I would say that in Ohio where I travel on occasion to visit my son, comparing this hotel to the Hyatt where we stay, this hotel would cost $65 per night. This hotel is costing us well over $200.

Hotel Hebron locates in the center of Copenhagen. Distance from the Central railway station is only 400 meters. The famous Tivoli is just behind the railway. The hotel property is old but in good condition. Some rooms are too small ones for two persons if you have luggage. The bathroom was small but clean and in good condition. Price is including breakfast which was tasty. Service was excellent in the reception and restaurant. We are pleased to recommend this hotel.

Thanks Reviewers , We stayed here several days and I can not say enough. Excellent location from the train station which connects to the airport, which is only couple blocks, Couple blocks or almost across the tourist information store and all highlights are no more than 35 minutes or less. Now hotel has some nice restaurants close by eat and explore the area. Breakfast is great and all those nice staff who attended to us making coffee cup was full. Front desk was more than helpful when we needed it. The courtyard great place to unwind and have glass of wine.

Our second trip to Copenhagen but first at this hotel. We had a delightful room with plenty of space and a nice view. It was really very quiet too. Breakfast buffet was exvellent. Had a nice courtyard where you could sit and enjoy a coffee/tea or drink. Convenient location for wandering around the city. Staff were excellent.

Enjoyed this hotel. Good location, close to train station and Tivoli and pedestrian street. Grocery store nearby. Liked the buffet breakfast. Nice little internal courtyard. Staff nice, helpful, good English. We took train from airport to train station and walked to hotel easily. Price reasonable for the area but Copenhagen is expensive. Room size is ok. Area seemed safe walking at night. Quiet enough for sleeping. If you want more nightlife try closer to Nyhaven.

Once again, we used Trip Advisor reviews to find the Hebron and were very pleased with our decision. Thanks to everyone who previously stayed and reviewed it. Positives- -Price within our budget. -Location is a 5 minute walk from Central Station (easy train ride from airport). -Very clean, although compact, room. Standard category. -Ample breakfast buffet. -Extremely friendly and helpful front desk woman. We watched her juggle several impatient guests with grace. Actually, she could have used some help in the morning when everyone seemed to be checking out at the same time. -Breakfast room staff smiling and helpful. -Nicely furnished public area including a charming courtyard. Negatives- None we could find. Definitely 4 stars for us.

We stay in this hotel with a big group, 30 person. Hotel has feeling like a Home, nice lobby area, average breakfast, bicycle rent, wanna thanks Sarah breakfast, Both Nicolas, Benedict that they helped me to handle my group as a Tour manager. Internet wifi has very hood speed. Tip: try to take a room inside courtyard view. Ciao !

We chose this hotel for its closeness to the train station. We were very happy with the hotel, front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean with a window looking over the courtyard. The area surrounding the train station and hotel is pretty dodgy with lots of sex shops. This is no fault of the hotel but something one should be aware of especially with children

Good location to walk to city center, Tivoli Gardens and historic buildings. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice staff, very helpful with directions etc. take ear plugs! Rooms opening to street are quite noisy and there is no ac so need to open the windows. Also not enough outlets to charge devices.

This is an old hotel located a 10 min walk from the old area of the city. It is situated right beside a strip club which was closed when we were there so I can't say if that would have had a negative (or positive) influence on the score. The hotel itself is old and a little noisy. We had a court view room for 3 persons which was large given the size of most European hotels. One king bed and a pull out sofa, large bathroom. No air conditioning. They did provide us with a fan. The beds were comfortable and the sofa couch was better than most. The bathroom was a good size and the hotel itself was very clean. Our room included breakfast which was good. Hot oatmeal would have put it over the top. I didn't do any of the booking so I am not sure how much more the breakfast cost or if it was included in the room cost. It is expensive in Copenhagen so it might well be a good deal. I didn't explore the hotel much, there was a computer for guest use although the danish keyboard was difficult to say the least. There are a number of eating options close to the Hotel (10 minute walk). The train station is less than 10 mins away. The staff was hit and miss. We arrived early and were greeted with a very unfriendly person on the front desk who didn't seem to care much. We were able to get into the room just after 1pm which wasn't too bad and they did have a room to place your luggage. It might have been different had we only required a room for 2. The afternoon staff were very friendly and helpful. We did a cruise after our stay and cabbed it from the hotel. Its was 200 danish kroner. TIPS : - get a court yard room, street had construction and I don't know what affect the strip club would have on the noise level TAKE THE TRAIN FROM THE AIRPORT - Cab was 300 danish kroner - like 50 bucks US. or 60 CDN..... train way cheaper and the station is a short walk from the hotel. (go see the train station - worth the walk) Walking tour from the town hall was excellent. Its free - tip if you want. They hold up orange umbrellas - Watch out for bikes they are everywhere and nice restaurants will cost you!

We enjoyed our stay at The Best Western Hebron very much. The size of the room was fine for the three of us, and very clean. The beds were fine too. Honestly by European standards, it was better than we expected. This after all, has been a hotel since the 1800's. We were particularly impressed by the very cosy (hyggelig, as the Danes say) lower lobby living room area. And the breakfast! It was served in an absolutely beautiful room, with a fresh variety of Danish and North American choices. Honestly, the best hotel breakfast buffet I have ever had, with extremely high quality food. The staff was friendly and polite to us, no problems there.The strip club next store was being renovated, and was of no concern. I would definitely stay at The Hebron again.

Since the Best Western is not exactly known as a 'high end' hotel, we were not sure what to expect but the place looked nice online and had good reviews on TripAdvisor so we gave it a shot. The location is really what sold us on the place. Located in the middle of old town Copenhagen, we could walk to everything. What we did not know was that it was in the midst of the red light district. On our way there, we passed a few sex shops and it turns out there is a strip bar next door with posters of sultry faces staring at you and a banner advertising the re-opening date. Not an appropriate place to stay with young children. So, while we liked the hotel itself, it was not an appropriate place to stay with our young daughter. Had we known we were in the red light district, we would have stayed elsewhere.

I had a short visit to Copenhagen, so wanted a hotel close to the city centre and tourist attractions, and this hotel fit the bill nicely. The location is very convenient, about a 5 minute walk to the main train station or Tivoli gardens, and about 10 minutes to the City Hall (where many tours begin). The neighborhood felt very clean and safe. As some have noted here, there is an adult entertainment / nightclub next door, but there is literally no noise coming from it (my room was up against that wall and I heard nothing), and the couple photos on the windows facing the street were tasteful enough that one could tell their children it's merely a lingerie shop :) The hotel is a square shape with a lovely interior courtyard. My room was on the third floor facing the street, but I didn't think the noise was bad. I booked a room in the smallest category possible because that's all that was available at the late date I booked. The room was smaller than I expected, but it was clean and actually quite cozy. It was just fine for one person as it had everything I needed. I had a tiny twin-sized bed which was a bit saggy, but it was comfy and the staff gave me more pillows (and towels) upon request. I had a desk for some 'counter space', a small wardrobe, and a large flat screen TV on the wall that I only turned on once. I even discovered a small oscillating fan in the wardrobe which I used just to have some air flowing in the room when I closed the windows (there was no air conditioning in the room, but it never really got hot enough to need it anyway). There was a small safe in the wardrobe as well - only big enough for small items, nothing bigger than a small Kindle (i.e., no laptop or full size iPad would fit). The bathroom was tiny, but modern. I'm not a fan of tiny showers that have shower curtains, because that means the curtain usually brushes up against you while you're naked. YUCK. I'm quite sure those aren't cleaned between each guest. So, for a small shower like this, glass doors are preferred -- BUT, I realize that due to the layout of this tiny bathroom, having the glass doors would severely limit the space. Having the 'open' area where the shower curtain goes definitely makes the room bigger and easier to maneuver. So, I'll forgive it this once :) Otherwise, I really appreciated all of the shelf space built into the walls. In tiny bathrooms, shelf space is usually minimal or non-existent, so this was a plus. The hairdryer worked well, too. The complimentary breakfast is served in a lovely room on the first floor, or you can eat in the courtyard if you prefer. The choices are vast, with a large selection of hot and cold items. It was more than adequate. I had an early flight the day I checked out, and although I didn't take advantage of it, the staff let me know they'd pack me a 'to go' breakfast if I desired. The complimentary WiFi was easy and worked well. There's a lounge available on the floor below reception for those who wish to gather and have a drink in the evening, and a business center with a computer and printer in the alcove of the stairway. The hotel offers bicycles to rent, and I'm not sure how the prices compare to other rentals, but I thought it was a nice option. The hotel obviously makes an effort to be 'green', with recycle bins on each floor, reminders about re-using the linens, and a lack of plastic-bottled toiletries in the bathrooms. There's liquid hair/body gel in the shower, and liquid hand-soap over the sink - but no hand/body lotion at all (I bring my own, so no biggie for me). I talked with a few different members of the hotel staff and all were very pleasant and helpful, so no complaints there. The only reason I'm not giving this hotel a perfect rating of 5 stars is because I think it was a little overpriced, and because of the shower curtain. But I still had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel to others. :)

We wanted a hotel within walking distance of the central train station in Copenhagen and one with a reasonable price. The Hebron fit the bill to a T. It was also within reasonable walking distance of some of the sights to see in town. We had several families traveling with us and this hotel had the number of beds some of us required, such as 4 people to a room. The staff was very helpful in recommending places to eat for dinner. Breakfast room had everything one could want to eat and plenty of it.

Nice hotel in a older part of CPH. Their are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. I would recommended Jensen's Bohus. They are very polite and one of the better BW properties that I have been to. Only issues that I had were that the room was small, bed not that comfortable (you sleep on a pad not a mattress) and the bathrooms are tiny compared with American standards. If I return back to CPH, I would consider this hotel. They do offer free breakfast in the morning, I left too early for it and they will give you a to go bag. They will also call you a taxi for a ride around town. I would caution you about the taxi drivers. They said my card was denied and gave him a second card and it went through. I later found out that I paid twice for the ride to the airport with both cards. Needless to say, I am working with my credit card companies to fix this.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights before getting on our cruise. It is in a great location (5 min walk to central station, 10 min walk to city hall). It is a cute hotel with a beautiful courtyard. The room we had was quite large and very clean. The breakfast was good as well. We didn't exactly have a pleasant experience with our check in as we found the staff member to be incredibly rude and abrupt but the other staff members we've interacted with have been wonderful. Great place to stay! Would recommend.

We arrived from Hamburg by train and this hotel is very close to the main train station so we only walked to get there. The staff is very nice and the rooms are ok. Also breakfast is very complete. The entire hotel is recycled. Not only is close to main train station is also close to Tivoli, an amazing park with roller-coaster and lot of entertainment kids and adults will love.

We have just returned from this hotel, location is fab, rooms are very clean and good enough for what you need. It was a little understaffed I would say which let it down a little. The prices are s but steep bit no more than anywhere else.

The location is near the center. Just some minutes by walk from the central station. The hotel offers to rent bikes, which we used. Unfortunately the maintenance of this bikes was not really good. Also the price was too high for this bikes... (Defect lamps, problems with the steering,...) but it is a lot of fun to bike around Copenhagen! Just do it!!! At breakfast you can prepare your own waffles and pancakes. That was fun. :) The room was very small, but the bath was quite new and fancy.

Stayed in July 17 as a family of 4. We had 2 interconnecting rooms which was pleasantly unexpected (we were expecting one family room) and perfect for our family. Everything was very clean and fresh looking. There is a very attractive courtyard seating area outside and a spacious lounge for the evenings. Breakfast was great , lots of choice and in a beautiful high ceiling dining room. Staff very pleasant and helpful. The location is fantastic. I was very slightly concerned about the next door neighbours (!) before we arrived especially travelling with 2 children but there were no concerns at all once we arrived . The hotel is in a very attractive street with other hotels nearby, 5 mins walk from the station and at the Vesterbrograde end of the street which is fantastic (10 mins from Tivoli etc). My husband and I both went running around the nearby lakes and this is a really beautiful area to walk or run in the morning or evening. Would definitely recommend.

We were very pleasantly surprised with this holel. Our room had a king and a twin day bed for the three of us. The bathroom was modern and larger than ours at home. The breakfast buffet has everything one could expect -- eggs, bacon, sausage, make your own waffles, breads, cheeses, fruit. Far more than usual. The eating area was spacious and not the usual madhouse you find at buffets. The hotel was within walking distance (5 to 15 minutes) to Central station, Tivoli Gardens, Stroeget (shopping), Planetarium, Canals, and Palaces. We felt very safe here including at night. The hotel staff is friendly and called a cab for our trip to cruise port ~ approximately $30 for three.

Located close to central station and tivoli garden, this hotel is cozy, has a helpful staff, and pretty nice free breakfast! They had fresh fruit and cheeses, eggs, waffles, sausage,etc.. there is a nice courtyard to just relax and have a drink, coffee or tea. Would stay here again.

Great hotel, both location wise and the hotel in general. Friendly staff, lovely breakfast and comfy beds- couldn't ask for more. Don't let the fact it's beside a strip club put you off, you don't hear it when you're there. The location was in walking distance of everything which was very handy. Would definitely stay again!

Not in the best part of town, next door was a large strip club, fortunately closed for renovations while we were there. Sex shops nearby. Not an issue for us as we weren't out and about at night, but off putting. Public areas of the hotel were lovely, outdoor courtyard, lobby and breakfast room were well decorated, quite nice. Rooms were shockingly plain and small and we had a Superior Room! Bathroom was about 5' x 6' with the shower surrounded only by a curtain. Breakfast was great, cereals, fruit, juice, meats and cheese, hot items - eggs, bacon, sausages and waffles. Lots of choice and good quality, no complaints here. The serving staff were very friendly and helpful. Decent restaurant close by with home cooked Danish style meals. Ate there for lunch and one dinner. Good food, not cheap but everything is expensive here. There is an "All you can eat" pizza and salad bar a block over, next to the train station in the Astor Hotel. It was very good, ate there twice. On the positive side, you are close to shopping, the Tivoli Gardens and the train station for getting about. The rooms were quiet at night, during the day you hear people in the courtyard.

This is a charming hotel nestled into an old building. To get to my room I had to walk across courtyard (within the hotel). The room was small but not cramped for one person. Modern furnishings. The breakfast buffet was very good and quite varied. The location is convenient. Please be aware that walking from the Copenhagen Central Train Station on two occasions I was solicited by prostitutes but this did not happen on the hotel's street.

First of all, Denmark (and overall Nordic region) is quite expensive. We booked this hotel via expedia.com, and stayed for a couple of nights before our cruise ship in June 2017. As most of reviewers said, the location is convenient - close to Tivoli Garden, and the main train station. The bathroom was renovated, but the room is relatively small. The breakfast was ok. With the free wi-fi and complimentary breakfast, I'd say this is a decent hotel given the high prices in that region.

My friend and I stayed at Best Western Hotel Hebron at the end of May, 2017. The location of Best Western Hotel Hebron is just a short 5 minute walk from the main central station (København Hovedbanegård railway station – which connects you to the airport in less than 15 minutes). The closest S-train station is Vesterport, which is also a short 5 minute walk away. S-train Vesterport is also the station before Norreport (connecting you to the Metro-stations M1, M2). In terms of easy access to the local rail, train and metro station, Best Western Hotel Hebro has all those boxes checked. Tivoli Gardens is also a short 10 minute walk away. There is also a free shuttle to Carlsberg brewery and a tourist information center 3 blocks away. We booked a room with two single beds. The beds were on the softer side, but not a major issue for either of us. The size of the room was good with ample space to move around and good closet space. The best part was the bathroom. It was big, clean, bright and modern. The shower head and water pressure was very nice after a long day of site seeing. Also cleansing shower gel, shampoo were provided in a dispensing unit by the shower. Included in the hotel reservation was complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was pretty awesome, typical things included in a continental breakfast but better. The pastries were fresh out of the oven with some of the best miniature croissants! Fresh fruits, watermelon, plums, pears and apples. There is a restaurant in the hotel that we did not try. Overall I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Having the hotel close to the train station is a big plus. It was an easy walk to the City Hall and Tivoli Gardens as well. The breakfast was substantial, and the breakfast room was bright and large. Our room was a bit small and on a street where one morning the cobblestones were being replaced really early. Overall, a nice place to stay. Just make sure to ask for a room facing the courtyard rather than the street.

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was simply delicious and plentiful. Free wifi appeased the kids and within walking distance of many amenities and attractions. Not all rooms have A/C, buy luckily didn't need it. The staff was very pleasant and friendly.

We stayed here twice in 3 weeks, both before and after a cruise. The hotel is just a few blocks from the main train station and it is an easy walk, even with suitcases on wheels. It is also close to Tivoli Gardens and many restaurants. Our first room was a basic room; thin mattress, tiny bath with shower in the corner with a curtain to corral the water. limited towels, no bar soap. We were not happy. On our return visit, we had a very comfortable king bed suite. This was lovely, with a small living room, welcoming bottles of wine and water, a huge marble bathroom with tub and shower and 2 sinks. The hotel has a nice breakfast included and the staff is very helpful and nice. We might stay there again, but only in the king suite. We met other couples staying at the same hotel who had even worse rooms/baths than our first room, so I would definitely caution against the basic rooms.

I booked this hotel because it was close to Tivoli, and the price was reasonable. I was not disappointed. The rooms (we travelled with another couple) were very clean and compact. The bed was very snug and cozy. Two twin beds put together, but they are not like most twin beds. Each is separate and so very cozy with good pillows and a comfy comforter/duvet. I slept like a baby which is very unusual. The rooms were quiet. Lighting in the bathroom and beside the bed is bright, which is not usually the case --easy to read in bed and to shave/dress in the bath. Two windows gave some natural light in the day time. The breakfast, which is included, was very good and with many choices of breads, fruit, eggs and bacon, meats and cheeses, juices, etc. and is served in a pleasant room with good service to clean up tables and get you coffee. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a charming courtyard filled with tables, umbrellas and flowers to sit in (but we had mostly rain or gray skies so didn't use it much). And it IS only a 10-15 minute walk to Tivoli and the main tourist areas.

Hotel is on a side street about 3 blocks from the Train Station. The Hop ON Hop Off Bus Stop is 2 blocks away. You can walk to many sites from the hotel. The hotel itself is a renovated older building with an open air courtyard. Breakfast was a huge buffet which included fruits, cheeses, meats, boiled eggs, waffles, breads, sweet rolls. My room was actually 3 rooms, the bedroom was good size, the mattress was little softer than I'm used to but still slept very well. We entered our room into a sitting room w/couch and desk and armoire (no dresser in bedroom). Our bathroom was wonderful had double sink, full-size bath tub, separate shower (one of light switches made lights look like stars on the ceiling. This hotel does not have ac, but we had fan in room and opened windows.

Stayed for two nights with work; the room was unexpectedly small - with the bathroom being tiny, but all was very clean and tidy. Nice friendly staff also. Would probably look at other hotels if staying on business in Copenhagen again.

Spent 2 nights here at the end of May 2017. Excellent staff on the front desk. Our room was very comfortable (Room 329) and we had an amazing breakfast in the morning. Our room was nicely decorated and the bathroom was wonderful with a heated floor' Our frinds had an older room which was smaller than ours and not as nice (Room 429).There is also a beautiful patio with tables, umbrellas and chairs and a comfortable lounge for guests to sit and relax. The front desk willl also arrange for a taxi to take you to the airport or the Port for a flat fee. We used this service to go to the airport and our driver was very pleasant and on time to pick us up.The hotel is centrally located and within a short walk to shopping, restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to Tivoli Gardens. Yes, there's a strip club next door but we were not bothered by it as they open at 9:00 p.m and close at 6:00 a.m. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Everything was great: beautiful hotel, nice and clean rooms, a lot of different choices for breakfast. Our son is allergical to milk and egg. That was not any problem. We stayed obly one nice and it is hard to say if the service was good for that nice, but we couldn't wish for more.

We stayed here five nights and were a bit disappointed. The location is convenient, a few minutes' walk from the central train station and train to the airport. The hotel is in an historic building and the property has seen better days. We had a large, old style room, and while it was quite cosy, it was a bit scruffy and in need of a refresh. The beds (two singles pushed together) were not comfortable. The mattresses had served many guests before us and were saggy. Time to throw them out! Housekeeping standards were not high. On one day, our room was not serviced at all. When we complained, the maid arrived promptly, but did not do a thorough job, leaving dirt marks on the bathroom floor. On a positive note, the bathroom room was newly renovated. It was pretty basic, but nice. The walls are a bit thin and we could hear our neighbours talking, yelling and slamming doors. There is an attractive courtyard, which could be a nice place to sit and relax. However, it was also a haven for smokers (this is a non smoking hotel!) and, as non smokers, we did not find it a pleasant place. Staff were generally cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was good, but there was no espresso machine. Wi fi was a touch unreliable, but mostly worked ok. Overall, not bad...but not good.

Very well located near the centre of town and railway station. Clean rooms with adequate space and friendly front desk staff. Plenty of hot water and in room safe. Room service a little erratic but breakfast was a reliable feast with fresh produce and plenty of tea or coffee

Use your Best Western rewards membership to book ahead, if you can, on their web site to get a good price for this hotel near the train station, Tivoli, the shopping street and much more. Central Copenhagen is very walkable. We took the metro to Central Station from the airport and walked a couple blocks to the hotel where we spent two nights before taking the train to Hirtshels, a port city, for our ferry cruise on the Narrona to the Faroes and Iceland. Our room was accessed through a courtyard. That wing was still undergoing renovation but we were never disturbed by any noise. The room was small for two people. The bathroom was updated. This hotel had the best breakfast I've seen in a long time with great breads, cheeses, eggs, waffles, fruits, juices, and the rest............It was difficult to choose. The staff was great, too. Our Danish friend dropped off some literature for us before our arrival and it was waiting on the table in our room.

This was a great place to stay. The room was excellent. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was also excellent. The location to all the attractions was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. Very comfortable. I would not change a thing.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights before a Baltic Cruise. The hotel is located just a couple of blocks from the central train station. We took a train from the airport and rolled our luggage to the hotel . We were warmly greeted by the staff. Our room was up in the gables of this hotel. Our standard double was a tiny, but cute room with a great bathroom. We chose not to unpack our suitcases since there was no closet, just a little cubbie. Did I mention the newly renovated bathroom? Very modern with a huge shower. Our shutters opened to the central courtyard but had no view other than the other 4 th floor shuttered windows and the sky. Very quiet. After our initial surprise at the smallness of the room, it kind of grew on us. The free breakfast was plentiful and good. We could walk to The Tivoli and several nice restaurants. The area that the hotel is in is a "happening " area of town with a lot going on. We took public transportation from the corner, that got us where we wanted to go(we used a Copenhagen Card) so transport and entry to sights was covered. We would go back, but would try to secure a larger room.

This hotel is well-located, and the staff is very helpful in giving directions to attractions and near-by restaurants. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. They arranged a taxi for an early morning departure from the airport the night before.

I stayed at this hotel in May 26-29,2017. I actually liked it. The room was decent, they clean it everyday. The breakfast buffet was very good. Most of all, it's close to everything! Walking distance to the central station, TiVoli garden and tons of restaurants. While it is true that it is right beside a strip club, it is still safe to walk around late at night and not too noisy at all. All the attendants were very helpful and accommodating . It was a feast stay and wouldn't mind coming back.

Hotel location is perfect. It takes within 5 minutes walk from the Copenhagen central station. It is a cozy hotel with breakfast included. All the sightseeing points such as Tivoli Garden, Christiansborg Palace, Rosenborg Slot, Amalienborg Palace, Nyhavn and the famous Stroget are within walking distance. Room rate in May is around CAD$200. Front desk staffs are very polite and helpful. Can store luggage in private room if early arrival prior to check in time. The only one thing to concern is that no air conditioning in room so it will be hot during summer time.

The hotel was close to the central station, Tivoli and area for site-seeing - about 5 min walk. Very convenient location. The street it is on is generally clean. There's a strip club next to it but it didn't bother us any - we didn't witness anything unsavory. My kids found it humorous. The room was big with a queen bed and a pull out sofa in a kind of receiving area. TV was not great - the news was the only thing in english. There's a hot pot and coffee/tv in the room. Water pressure was great! Hot water was abundant. Bathroom was well sized except for the shower which was quite small. I did notice that one side of the hotel is more modern and the bathrooms were bigger versus what I received but overall it was ok as it was still comfortable. If you are on the larger size (no offense meant), be sure to ask for a room with a bigger bathroom as the hotel has. Breakfast was good. Something for everyone. Internet was ok at time and spotty other times. Overall, I would stay here again. It's clean and the rooms are fairly big. The price is reasonable for Copenhagen.

It's an OK hotel. Not sure if I would stay here again. The floors were wooden and creeked when you walked. The beds were very saggy. The front desk personnel were lacking in friendliness, although we later found that to be true of many people in Copenhagen. I was never presented with a final bill at checkout. I was told their system closed out my account and they couldn't print one. The breakfast was good, the location was good, and it was within walking distance from the central train station.

I was really surprised with this Hotel. Mid priced for a very expensive City, it had everything we needed and more. First an easy walk from the main station, in a vibrant area with loads of restaurants and bars. A friendly helpful staff, clean modern room, great bathroom/shower room. Nice public rooms and a very good and extensive breakfast. I don't know what some people expect for their money, this is a good hotel.

So we knew from the picture that we were next door to the "gentlemen's" club (strip club) but we did not expect the rooms to be in such a basic condition. If you're on a tight budget then by all means feel free to stay here but set your expectations very low because it's nothing more than a bedroom with beds and a window. This is NOT a holiday stay location. If you're spouse is picky about rooms, location and hotel ambience then do yourself a favor and pay a little bit more and stay someplace else.

The room on the 4th floor facing the inner courtyard was clean and quiet. The 2nd or 3rd floor would have had a better view. Breakfast , which was included, was truly excellent and the choice was great. Cecelia was our terrific waitress both mornings. The hotel is very close to the central station and we wheeled our luggage both ways from and back to the train terminal. It took exactly 7 minutes each way - not bad for a couple in their 70's and 80's. Sarah and Birgitte were very helpful at the front desk. The basement lounge was lovely, relaxing and comfortable at the end of each day. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.........Joanne & Irving

After a short cruise from Amsterdam to Copenhagen we chose a hotel near central station. This hotel is perfect for visiting the center town on foot or hop on the hop on hop off. It is near Tivoli. Friendly staff, nice rooms, lovely breakfast!

After our Baltic Cruise we decided to stay a few extra days in Copenhagen before returning home. We chose this hotel for the central location. The guest services desk was very helpful. We arrived early in the morning and our room was not ready. Our bags were stored in a locked room a few steps from their desk. I felt the price was reasonable for such a beautiful hotel. It is near the train station, Tivoli Gardens and all the various bus routes. We chose the Greyline Hop on Hop Off tours which included 3 different routes and a canal tour. This was only a block away from the hotel. The hotel also rents bicycles for the more adventurous. The hotel was beautifully decorated, clean, and our room was comfortable. Breakfast was included. It was a very nice buffet including eggs, bacon, sausages, waffles, all kinds of cold meats, cheeses, crackers, fresh fruit, rolls and breads. There is an open courtyard to sit and relax, as well as a lounge area in the lower level. They are very close to Tivoli Gardens, which has fireworks on Wednesdays and Saturdays about 10:30 PM. They can be heard at the hotel. Only an issue if you are a light sleeper or have the window open.

Great Location, near public transport and mainline station. Kebabish on the corner and hotel is located strangely next to a Gentlemans lapdancing club (although in the whole time i stayed there i didnt see anyone venture in there or hear any noise). The hotel staff are great and the breakfast gets busy but is really good for such a small hotel. The rooms are a bit tired though and definitely need a refresh. All hotels in central copenhagen much like amsterdam are expensive.

Spending a few days at this motel before we board on our cruise. We booked via internet before we left Aus. Motel is very well appointed and close to central railway station and all the site seeing places you would love to visit. Staff are all exceptionally freibdly and can help out with all your needs. Great breaks and very comfortable Roos, highly recommend t anyone staying in Copenhagen.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights last week. Great hotel excellent location, walking distance to Stroget about 5 blocks. Two blocks to the hop on and off bus stop. Three blocks to the train station. The hotel is absolutely charming, with a beautiful court yard, breakfast was absolutely wonderful, the room spacious and sparkling clean. We are so used to the European tiny rooms but not in this hotel. Our room was located on the third floor with a view of to courtyard. I love the way the hotel is decorated, absolutely charming. The people at the front desk could have not been nicer. They help us even to print our airline boarding passes. Definitely I loved my stay in this hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, great beds! Brunch buffet is extensive with excellent pastries and coffee. Quiet side street but near canal and great food, Royal theatre and water taxi just two blocks away!

This is a nice hotel in the centre of Copenhagen. It's older but well kept, clean and staff are very efficient and friendly. Hotel is currently doing renovations room, and the upgraded rooms are really nice. The buffet is included in the price and is excellent. Lots of fruits and vegetables, meets, eggs, cheese, yogurt, etc. The hotel is an easy commute via train from the airport with a 2 to 3 minute walk from the train station. It's only a quick walk to the shopping area, Tivoli gardens/ amusement park, and other attractions.

I was apprehensive booking this hotel, and sure enough, upon check-in, I drew a short straw, and got an old room. Let me start by stating that the room was not dirty by any means.. The rug was old (I wouldn't walk barefoot, but that might just be me) the walls needed fresh paint, and there was a bit of a musty smell. I went to reception and told them that the room was unacceptable based on the fact that a) the website is misleading in the photos of the guest rooms, b) I am asthmatic and the smell would put me in the hospital, and c) I am 6 months pregnant, so taking that risk is not an option. The front desk promptly moved me to a newly renovated room the following morning as soon as a previous guest checked out, and the room was cleaned. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. The new room was great. Also, neither room we stayed in was small, even based on US hotel standards (we had a double occupancy room). Just state your requests up front, and they will certainly do their absolute best to accommodate your needs. Based on my experience, I am 100% certain about it. Beyond the room.. Breakfast was standard, but appreciated since most other hotels in Copenhagen charge an additional (outrageous) amount of money for it. The location was great. You will do some (a lot) of walking, and again for the cost, this is an ideal location. There is a strip club next door, which I didn't realize ahead of time, but to be honest, I never saw a single person enter or exit, and it caused zero problems.. I just thought it was something worth noting. They advertise that it is the best in Copenhagen, so I guess they have that going for them ; ) WiFi - Worked wonderfully

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days with a friend. The best part of the room was the amazing shower and heated floors. The bed was adequate meaning I have stayed in better and I have stayed in worse. However, the breakfast is great and the location is perfect. Also, they are renovating so be aware. Futhermore, staff was friendly.

We booked this hotel based on some good reviews and pictures on the website. The lobby was very nice as well as the lounge and atrium. We were surprised, to say the least, when we entered our room and were greeted by a very strong musty smell. The room was very old, the walls were dirty and the bathroom had mold in the shower. When we complained to the staff they stated that unfortunately we did not get an updated room. Basically they said too bad. Don't be fooled as we were by the pictures on the website. They are in the process of renovating and unfortunately you might receive one of the old smelly rooms like we did. Additionally, I was very unhappy to see that this hotel is right next door to a strip club. Its shocking that they don't advertise that on their website! (sarcasm) I was traveling with my daughter and did not feel comfortable returning to the hotel later in the evening due to the clientele next door. I would never book this hotel again!

Nicely maintained hotel about 2 city blocks from Bus Terminal / Copenhagen Central Station (CPH airport 12 mins away by direct train), situated around the corner from Glyptoteket, National Museum of DK, Tivoli Gardens, Planetarium etc, etc. GREAT breakfast (endless coffee, fresh fruit, real pastries, healthy choices), and a very accommodating staff who relocated me to a quiet room on request. Highly recommended.

Rooms in Denmark are very small and this hotel had incredibly small rooms. Without exaggerating, my room and my son's room were both smaller than my closet at home. No shampoo/conditioner/lotion; so much for packing light. Very noisy due to construction. Breakfast was okay, but really not great. No shelves in the bathroom and there is an open shower arrangement so you have to take your makeup, etc out of the bathroom (off the floor because no shelves--see above) in order to take a shower. Beds were horrible. Way too soft and uncomfortable.

Solid hotel. Great location -- easy to/from airport and to center of town. Close to a lot of good restaurants. Excellent breakfast. Rooms could use an update. Bathroom was lovely, especially the heated floors.

The hotel has a very nice lobby. It's in the center of the city. Youcan leave your luggage in a locked room before you have to leave. The rooms are rather small, but perfectly allright with coffe and teemaker. Breakfast is very good with hot eggs and bacon and cold vegetables, cereales, fresh cheese, marmelade, chocolate,....The hotelstaff is very kind. The only thing was there was no free coffee int he lobby for 24 hours. Other Best Westerns hotels do have it. Tip:Ask for a renovated room.

Whilst the decor and bathroom fittings are a little dated ,the hotel has charm with efficient and friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent and had a real Danish style to it .It is very conveniently located within 1/4 mile of the Main Station ,so is an ideal base for exploring this wonderful city

Stayed three nights at the Hebron hotel. It's a nice place without major shortcomings, if you don't mind the surroundings (i.e. strip club). But the location is very handy as it's very close to the central station and there are many food options around. The room was very pleasant (creaking floor, yes, but not a major issue for me) and the room temperature was good (different to what another reviewer experienced). Breakfast was fine, the breakfast room is spacious, the whole place seemed clean. Surely a good place to stay in central Copenhagen.

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting Copenhagen. First impressions, the hotel lobby looks great, modern and clean. The rooms however was dated and cold. The main light flickered constantly and the floor was constantly creaking as you walked. We had a double bed but had 2 single quilts. During the middle of the night I was absolutely freezing and had to ask the young man on reception if we could have a double quilt for our room however he did not seem to understand what I was asking yet he did manage to find me a blanket. The service at the hotel was great and the breakfast was amazing. So much choice and everything was so fresh and tasty. The location of the hotel was also great, very central and close to everything.

Very good hotel. When arrived, the room wasnt ready, but they gave us coffee and save the suitcases. The staff is polite and kind. Breakfast excellent, very varied. We traveled with child and sometimes it's difficult to find something they like We went walk to Tivolli Park. Only anecdote, this hotel next to topless bar XD.

Stopped for 1 night. Very smart hotel and it's only about a 2 minute walk from central station so it's easy to find/get to. Staff were fantastic and very helpful! Rooms are nice and comfortable and the breakfast is good!!

This place is a real gem. It is in a great location near Central Station in the heart of the city. Staff are friendly place is clean and breakfast is amazing. If you are going to Copenhagen recommend staying here.

I came here with my family and friends. We had a very good time in Kopenhagen and we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It is a small and clean hotel, with nice breakfast and helpful people, especially Ana who's in the reception in the evening, and can give you all sort of information about the city. It is located 5-10 minutes walking distance from Tivoli and 10-15 minutes from the city center's shopping area.

Lovely hotel, reasonably priced situated in a convenient location, 5 mins walk from the Central Station. Staff was very welcoming and friendly, rooms quite small but cosy and providing all the necessities. A very good selection for the breakfast buffet, which was included in our package. I strongly recommend it.

The staff at front deck and in the restaurant was sooo helpful. They went out of their way to assist us with tour questions and directions. the location is fine and close to public transportation. I would definitely stay her again

Nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. Our family room (2+2) was small, but on a positive note it comprised of two separate rooms with door between, and the sofa bed was equipped with a proper mattress. Both rooms with TV. Above average breakfast buffet.

Nice location, fairly close to the central station, and within walking distance of the main sights. The room was very clean and comfortable with windows that looked out over the courtyard. The breakfast was also top notch, and the staff were wonderful.

This hotel is in a really central location, the staff are helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall we were more than satisfied with our stay. As mentioned in other reviews, the breakfast is good and there is a huge amount of choice.

Room was small but adequate but unlike many hotels we looked at prior to booking, comfortable rather than sparse. Useful to have a lift for the elderly member of our party. Looked out to a courtyard which was quiet except for final night when it felt like we were being serenaded by choir practice in an adjacent building - but this was delightful. Breakfast was superb, huge choice from Scandinavian bread, to English breakfast, fruit if feeling health conscious and delicious "make your own" waffles which certainly had a novelty factor. Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Located two streets away from the central station and less than 10mins away from the centre of Copenhagen (with the nearest attraction being the Tivoli Gardens), it is very well located. The fact that we could check our bags in prior to the room check in at 14.30 was a bonus. We were not impressed with the reception staff. When we asked them if they could do anything about the noise levels that we experienced one night when a child in the room above was running around and shouting at 10.30pm, we were just told "they are checking out today" - no apology forthcoming. There was also a slight issue in the replenishing of tea and milk for two days but when we raised this with reception it was resolved immediately. Would recommend this hotel to others. Clientele at breakfast seemed to be both tourists like us and business people, of a range of nationalities.

A good location for spending a few days in the city. Very helpful staff who granted my request for a room facing the courtyard but then upgraded my room without being asked. Lovely breakfast and very happy to provide gluten-free bread. Comfortable and clean hotel. Had been warned that it was on the edge of a seedy area but experienced no sign of that. Handy location for trains and buses.

We had a very nice stay here. We had no need to contact the staff as everything was in order. We just had a nice clean and quiet room, good breakfast and then out to see the town - all we need from a hotel in Copenhagen. Some of the streets in the area are not so nice (drunks, prostitutes etc.) - especially at night - but the street of this hotel was no problem and we had no complaints. It is just part of the area and not a problem.

A clean well situated hotel, couldn't be handier for the nice areas of Copenhagen, good breakfast with lots of choices, they have bikes to hire too, no air conditioning, but there was a fan to use in the wardrobe which was useful, would stay there again

We arrived at this hotel at 7am and was welcomed by a very helpful receptionist who advised us our room wouldn't be ready till 2 pm! She organised our luggage to be stored and suggested we might like a complimentary coffee! While having a coffee we were very surprised and happy when she came and told us we could get into our room early! After a long flight this was amazing! The room is very comfortable clean and well maintained! The breakfast buffet has a great selection of hot and cold beautifully presented and very tasty with lovely friendly staff. All in all we would recommend this hotel as we have enjoyed our stay and the location is perfect....close to the train station , Tivoli Gardens, Hop on hop off red buses, and shopping!

We chose this hotel because it was close to the train station and we were arriving by train from Stockholm. The room was clean, the breakfast was hearty but what made this hotel exceptional was the staff. Checking in Christina not only told us about what was available at the hotel but given our short time in the city ideas of things to see and do. We have traveled to many places in and out of the United States and what sets a good hotel apart is its staff. This hotel has top shelf staff. We would stay there again and I would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent well appointed rooms with an great included breakfast. If you are there in the summer, ask for an air conditioned room. Within walking distance of several nice restaurants and the hop on hop off bus and Tivili garden.

It is over, over priced. The hotel should inform tourists that there is no AC in the hotel at all. Only 4 rooms have AC and I got one of them after I complained that it was hard for me to stay at a place so hot but, the bathroom was terrible. I just stayed at the hotel for three nights and the weather was very hot. The hotel is in the red zone area and because I'm female and a solo traveler was warned by the taxi driver and one staff member to always walk to the left of the hotel towards the big avenue and not in opposite direction because of drunks and junkies. The hotel also has a topless club next door. I don't recommend this hotel at all specially if you are a woman and a solo traveler.

Rooms are a little old fashioned with no air con, but they had up to date bathrooms and comfortable bedding. We really enjoyed the pleasant staff and the cool garden-like courtyard to sip wine after exploring. Great location and an easy walk from railway station-as we 2 over 60's managed to drag our bags easily to this locale.

This hotel is perfectly located- walking distance from the train station and downtown. The staff is very nice, polite and helpful. Breakfast is included which is very convenient. Rooms are clean and spacious. We had 2 rooms and the bathroom was a bit dated in one of them but it was still clean. There are also several supermarkets and no lack of restaurants nearby. I was really pleased with my choice for Copenhagen

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Great location. Under 5minute walk from railway station. We walked to Round Tower, all 3 Palaces, Kastellet, Gefion Fountain Little Mermaid, Nyhaven, and very close to Tivoli a MUST see! Staff we very helpful and courteous. Good local knowledge. Breakfast buffet style with plenty of choices. Room was a good size.Fan. No fridge. But ice machine on hand. Lovely courtyard.

Very late booking for this hotel as there were major booking issues with my original hotel choice. First impressions were very good with receptionist Christina being extremely attentive and helpful. Room was a bit on compact side with small shower/toilet area. Breakfast was very good with hot and cold choices as well as selection of fruits, cereals, pastries etc. Plenty staff around to keep selections full. Good location on downtown side of station, couple minutes walk away. Similar for tourist bus, bars and restaurants. Price paid was excessive for the room allocated, but I didn't have time to look at alternate sites or hotel direct for other options. Would stop here again, if room / cost suitable.

Traveling from Asia to Europe can be challenging but entirely enjoyable. Staying at the Best Western Hotel Hebron for 5 nights proved to be the enjoyable segment during our medical conference. Not only was it near (5 minutes away from the conference venue) but it also offered a solace for the tired body after the long travel, and restful abode after the day-long conference. It offers a very-filling buffet breakfast with wide choices to select from, with charming, ever-smiling waitresses to boot. I stayed in the 3rd floor and would go up or down the staircase (instead of using the elevator) and would savor the beauty of the rich but simple but elegant furniture set (table & mirror) in the landings in-between floors. My room (facing the street) has a toilet which is immaculately clean and the stainless steel fixtures of the faucets & racks are so shiny it is a shame to leave my fingerprints on. Congratulations to the chambermaids! But what actually adds to the charm are the creaks on the floor when I walk around the small confines of my single-occupancy room. Normally, this could be bothersome to the occupant (especially in the stillness of the night) but to me, the creaky floor is a reminder that I was in good ol' Europe with all its charms & splendor.

Great location as able to walk to everything in Copenhagen and right by the main station. Really helpful and friendly staff who also gave great advice as to where to go to eat. Room for myself and my son was spacious with a good bathroom. It can be a little noisy with the windows open but we're from London so no bother. The breakfast had everything and you good sit in or out in the courtyard. The only thing I would have liked was a fridge in the room and an iron and ironing board although they supplied the iron when I asked. A great stay and would definitely go back.

This hotel is within walking distance to great restaurants, the train station, bus routes and shopping. The center court is relaxing and beautiful. The rooms are simple but comfortable. The staff was amazing! The free breakfasts were wonderful and puts American hotels to shame. Overall a great experience for us.

We stayed at the Best Western Hebron for 2 nights. Our room wasn't ready when we checked in, but they had a room to store our luggage. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We even had a little balcony. There was a lot of selection at the breakfast. The location is excellent - a very quick walk to the train station, Tivoli gardens, and the Stroget. I would definitely stay here again.

It is Located a short walk from all the major tourist sights and near many good restaurants. It is close to the train station. We had a quiet room on the courtyard. Slow servicing of the rooms meant that we could not get an early checkin. Breakfast was excellent.

We enjoyed three nights at this hotel. Location was very convenient to main train station so it is easy to get to from airport and for day trips. Nice ambience with historic feel. Good breakfast with many choices served in attractive dining room. Breakfast can get busy. Room was fine, nothing fancy. Helpful staff. Attractive garden area in open atrium. Probably would pick another hotel next time because our room faced atrium. Although we were on 4th floor, noise of people talking until at least 10 pm one night (needed sleep after long flight) and in afternoon another day when husband was resting and recovering from cold was disruptive. Too hot with windows closed. So, there were pros and cons.

This was a toss up between a 3 or a 4 star rating. The staff was great and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were fabulous from the moment we walked in the door. The airline lost our luggage and the staff help me make phone calls to help locate the luggage. Christina was a standout. She was helpful and smart. The hotel is located just behind the train station and close to many of the main attractions. The only downside to this hotel is that the rooms are small and there is no air conditioning. I would assume air conditioning is not normally needed in Denmark but when we were there it was exceptionally hot.

The hotel is v close to the main railway station - about 10 min walk. This is central but like the world over, areas around a railway station can be a little edgy - so there are strip bars and at night, ladies offering their services and there are people who look they are on drugs. This is common near railway stations. I didnt find the area dangerous. There are many hotels in the area. This hotel is clean & efficient. It's not high end but better than average. It has a nice lounge, a computer to use, a lovely courtyard with tables/chairs if the weather is good and is a spillover area from the restuarant/breakfast area. The staff were on the whole all very good especially the charming and cheerful breakfast crew. I used the PC to buy some tickets and the staff were happy to receive my email to print out the tickets for me. The rooms are fine but no air conditioning and it was a very warm time during my visit. The breakfast is first class - everything you would want in a lovely light-filled room.

This is a solid 3 star hotel but two things are extra terrific here so we bumped it up to 4 stars for TripAdvisor. The front desk staff was amazing! We travel with medicine that requires refrigeration. When we found that both the rooms we were assigned did not have refrigerators, the front desk went to every available room to see if there was one available. When they came up empty, they put it in the staff refrigerator during our stay. Then one of our rooms was facing the courtyard on the first floor, but since the courtyard is the only place people are allowed to smoke, the smell was a little strong. No problem -- the staff moved us to a new room facing away from the courtyard! The second amazing thing at this hotel is the breakfast which comes with the room! It is a huge spread with waffle makers, fresh fruit and yogurt, mueslix, cured meats, cheese, breads and more. There is really something to suit everyone's taste and it is served in a pleasant and bright room. Other that that, it is a pretty basic hotel. The toiletries are in dispensers on the wall for environmental purposes. There's an all purpose soap in the shower (shampoo is available upon request, but not conditioner). The safe is small and portable, and there's no fabric wash cloths (a disposable one is available upon request). The "double" bed is really 2 singles pushed together which means that you sort of roll towards the middle, and the beds are fairly soft. The room was clean enough but there was a lot of sticky stuff on the TV remote. The bathrooms have been recently updated though. The other caveat for families is that while it is in a really convenient area near the central train station, there is a strip club immediately next door and an erotica shop with street level displays on the most convenient road from the train station to the hotel. Our boys are teenagers so we could laugh about it a little but it was not the most comfortable scenery to walk by with them. That being said, there are fancier hotels on the same street, so we might be extra prudish. The hotel is a few minutes away from a great area with tons of bars and amazing restaurants, it is 2 blocks away from Tivoli Gardens and about a 15 minute walk away from Rosenberg Palace and the really lovely gardens, as well as Torvehallen, which is the newish food market area. All things said, well worth the price!

Cold danish staff, HQ breakfast, Middle Quality & High Price & Middle global Service = middle level . Room was not clean as requested. Hotel well situated / city center. No parking place - only in a garage, near to this hotel. I don't recommend it.

PROs: The staff here were excellent, as they were attentive, very courteous, knowledgeable about directions and hot spots, always smiling. The rooms were clean upon arrival and were kept so throughout. The breakfast: awesome, and the servers were also excellent. The hotel was nicely decorated, and we enjoyed the great room downstairs from the lobby as a convenient meeting place before / after our excursions. The lobby bathrooms were also clean. The courtyard was very pretty. CONs: I am not a fan of cigarette smoke, but in all fairness it's an outside courtyard. However, it's kind of small out there, so you're stuck with the smell of cigarettes. Also, if you have a courtyard-facing window in your room, it can be a bit noisy if the courtyard is being used, and again, you can smell the smoke. So, if you're sensitive to that request a room with windows facing the courtyard.

This location has a great location, 2 mins from the train station, 5 mins from Tivoli Park and the main shopping street. We booked the Tivoli Package which we felt was good value for money, we visited Tivoli every evening on the way back to the hotel. The hotel is located next to a strip club in the Red Light District but we never felt unsafe or had any trouble. The room was clean and quiet and an adequate size. Breakfast was great, lots of choice, it filled us up for the day. We hired bikes from the hotel for 4 hours which was very convenient. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Copenhagen.

Excellent location in City Center and 3 blocks from Tivoli. Breakfast is plentiful and excellent. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hop on hop off bus is also a very short walk from hotel. The Stroget is an easy walk and chock full of restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!

After arriving from Malmo and took a short cut to the hotel from the train station via the red light district of Copenhagen ( just as well it was daylight). We were early so left our luggage and went for a wonder nearby. The hotel was very much centrally located within a short walk the centre. We were allocated a room on the other side of the court yard. The room was compact; on par with some of the Japanese hotels we stayed in. The en-suite facilities were all there with some clever Scandinavian designs. The bed side lights were oversized for the room that we ended up putting on the floor in one corner fearing knocking down by accident. The locks on the window overlooking the court yard were a health & safety nightmare - tiny and barely holding shut the openings. Breakfast was plentiful and a fair variety available. It was quite entertaining to see some guests sneakily putting food into bags for later. Some mothers do have them! Overall the staff were friendly and the place nice and clean. Given that Copenhagen is very compact, one can walk from the hotel to the Palace through the shopping street in next to no time. I am very happy to recommend it to anyone wanting a long weekend in Copenhagen

Hotel is very well located, just a few minutes from the main raíl station. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance and the Tivoli park is less than 5 minutes walk away. The staff are excellent and nothing seems too much trouble for them. Breakfast is plentiful with loads of choice. If we went back to Cooenhagen I would definitely book this hotel.

Great location near train station and Tivoli. But the best part thing was the building itself - wonderful courtyard, meaning every room had great ventilation and were airy. Great staff and wonderful breakfast buffet.

This hotel was in a great location and had excellent breakfast all the amenities were fine except for the mattresses. Mine in particular was terrible and I told management after the first night of three and the 2nd night. They never did anything about it, but gave a discount when checking out. I would rather have had the good nights sleep.

My family (husband, two children and I) stayed four total nights at this hotel. The rooms are great, the location is fabulous and the courtyard adds a bit of loveliness to the hotel. The breakfasts are also very tasty. Great hotel!

I could have not been more happy with my choice staying here. WoW... minutes from the Central Station this neighborhood has transformed. If you love to walk or take local transportation you must stay at Hebron. I felt like a local living here based on the location. On the cusp of one of the most upcoming trendy neighborhoods make sure you explore the area behind the hotel. For sure book with breakfast. Best Western Hebron rocks the breakfast! Amazing. If you can request a room on the garden/courtyard side. Peacefully quiet. I love that I was able to open my windows and get fresh air. They leave fresh fruit all over the hotel for you... How awesome is that. If you want convenience you need to stay here.

Very nice hotel and an easy walk from the central train station. We arrived earlier than the check in time so we stored our bags in a lock room across from the receptions office. Lovely courtyard where you can enjoy coffee/ breakfast in the AM or enjoy a glass of beer or wine in the evening. Our room was on the fourth floor and their is an elevator. Room faced the interior courtyard, and while small had a comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. As others have stated their is no AC but a fan in provided. Breakfast is the star here, fresh made eggs, bacon, sausage. Fresh fruit, wonderful breads, cheeses and meats. The staff in the breakfast area is top notch, works hard to keep the buffet plentiful and tables cleared. We stayed here before our cruise and would recommend it to anyone. The only reason I cant give it an excellent review is the window in our room continued to close so our room was warm.

Having stayed in many Best Western locations in North America, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent gluten free (GF) bread that was available upon request. It made breakfast even better - there was already an abundance of choice with fruit, veggies, yogurt, meat - real cutlery and dishes too! No paper plates here. My only issue with the hotel was that we had an courtyard facing room. Usually I love this as it is quieter - in this case, this is the smoking area for the hotel guests. I was unable to open my window if there was anyone smoking - as the smoke drifted directly into my room. :( Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would consider staying here again.

My wife and stayed here for 3 nights during July 2016. Our room was facing into an internal courtyard - which was a bit unusual as all of the surrounding rooms are therefore facing into each other. The room itself was good, large bed, fold down settee, free Wi-Fi and safe. There wasn't any air conditioning but a large fan was supplied which did the trick. The breakfast was really good. Loads of choice, sausages, eggs, beans, bacon, pancakes, bread, croissants, Danish pastries, cheeses, fruit, cereal - I could go on for a bit longer. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend that you book it, well worth the extra money. The service was excellent too. The hotel is situated a few minutes walk from central station, very close to Tivoli Gardens and a short walk from most amenities. It is also next door to a strip club but there were no issues with that during our stay. The hotel is fairly priced, staff are good, breakfast is excellent and is worth a visit.

Difficult to know what to add to all the positive reviews other than to re-state that they're fully deserved. It's well above "budget" standard but is competitively priced and more than reasonable for accommodation that's fairly central and is close to train station/ Tivoli gardens area of city. If so minded, you can walk but it's a bigger and more spread out place than what I imagined and there's a first class public transport system to assist you in getting around. The City link card for 1 day, 3 day etc is a good value option- it's delivered as a barcode to your phone so no messing with tickets or coins. In the general scheme of things, Copenhagen is on the more expensive end of the spectrum but more than worth it as a city break destination. Back to the hotel, reception and other staff really helpful, clean fair sized rooms and a good breakfast too.

I had stayed in this hotel a couple of times in the past and had enjoyed it, particularly since it was so close to the station, which is useful if only in a city for a single night. When I arrived I found that I'd been upgraded to a suite, which was a most pleasant surprise. And the reception staff were were extremely pleasant, and helpful when I was trying to negotiate a late checkout. The one drawback about my room was that it wasn't air-conditioned; and perhaps none of the rooms were but the reality with climate change is that everywhere is getting warmer and Copenhagen is no exception. I was really hot that night without an air-conditioner, although the room was supplied with a fan. The breakfast was fine, although the dining room was very busy.

This hotel gets a 4/5 from me just because of it's really good service ... Everything we asked for was always delivered with a smile... The breakfast buffet is very good and again a lot of good helpers in the dining room...The room size is small (like most places in Scandinavia) but it's super conveniently located close to the central station, city hall and most importantly for us Tivoli gardens ...This is in the Vesterboro locality which can appear a bit seedy in the night but totally changes its complexion in the daytime when it appears quite vibrant actually...I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again...

Located near the Tivoli Gardens and main thoroughfare in Copenhagen the hotel was a fun place to stay. Desk staff, dining room servers, housekeeping staff are delightful and so accommodating. Their English surpassed what you would anticipate in a European country in that all whom I spoke to were fluent in English and not baffled by our American idioms as so many are in other countries. As a matter of fact, you would think you were talking to an American since they manifest no British accent or other European diction. The room was a bit small but fine for the time we spent there. There is no air-conditioning because of mild temperatures USUALLY! But we experienced two days of 32 celsius or about 90 F and it was a bit stifling though the nights were cool in the late evening. I would recommend you avoid rooms overlooking the back area which is shared by an apartment complex and can be noisy. Also, avoid the end of June when secondary students graduate- they ride around the area with blaring music and loud shouting into the late night hours. That's a tradition in Copenhagen and fun to see for one long day but not through the entire weekend. Overall. it is a fantastic hotel with phenomenal staff who go to great lengths to be helpful and accommodating to a diverse guest population. And it has the best, most prodigious offerings for breakfast. My wife and I did not need lunch after the sumptuous breakfast provided daily. We loved our time at this gem of a hotel in beautiful Copenhagen.

really short walk from central station(about 400 metres) so manged it even with all our cases. Check-in very smooth and reception staff extremely helpful and friendly with any requests re info, maps etc. Room small on the 1st floor at the rear( pleased as it was very quiet at night). Although compact had everything we needed including tea/coffee, luggage rack and trouser press! And a comfortable, large bed. Breakfast room was bright and servers were very efficient. Buffet was varied and set us up for the day. Good central position near Tivoli gardens and the centre with enough restaurants to choose from along a main street near to the hotel. Would stay again.

We stayed at a corner room with two kids. The rooms and the hotel are clean and tidy. We loved the breakfast, really good food for all. The courtyard was beautifully designed with flowers, sofas and umbrellas (july, and rained almost everyday!). I would stay there again.

We stayed four nights at the Best Western Hotel Hebron. After much research and a dose of panic that all accommodation in Copenhagen will be booked out before we decide on our hotel, we settled on BW Hebron. It proved to be a good choice. The hotel is approximately 10 min walk from the Central Station (perhaps a little longer with suitcases on cobblestone streets) - a convenience not to be underestimated. The check-in was fast (interestingly, we were not asked for our passports). Our room was on the third floor (there are 4 floors serviced by a lift). It was smallish, though big enough for two people and two large suitcases. The room was quiet and quite clean. At first sight, bedding - mattresses in particular- looked too thin, but they were surprisingly comfortable. Bathroom was small and sufficiently functional, but the shower curtain was a nuisance and hardly prevented water splashing outside the shower. There is no air-conditioning in the room. In winter they have central heating, but with temperatures of 30°C, we really needed some cooling. The windows can be opened or you can use the column cooler in the room. Ours didn't work, but was promptly replaced with a fan. Any issues we raised were attended to and resolved quickly. Breakfast (included in the room rate as standard) was the same every day, however it offered a good selection of food - traditional continental breakfast options, cereals, cheeses, pastries, breads, fresh and dried fruit, yogurts etc. I became a true waffle maker virtuoso:) As already mentioned the hotel location worked very well for us. We walked everywhere - not once we used public transport or taxi (the latter is quite expensive). Most attractions are within 2 km of the hotel: Tivoli gardens are about 500 m away, Glyptotek (art collection and exhibition space) is next to Tivoli. Walk another couple of minutes and you are at the Town Hall; the largest pedestrian shopping street in Europe - Strøget, starts from the Town Hall square. Nyhavn (picturesque colourful houses and bars along one of the canals) is some 30 min walk. If you feel like having something to eat close to the hotel, there are several restaurants within a 5 minute walk. There are also a couple of supermarkets within 7 minute walk (Irma and Netto). You can purchase some snacks and drinks at the reception. By the way, tap water is perfectly safe to drink. I thought I'd include some info on getting to the hotel: If you fly into Copenhagen, you can simply get on a train to Central Station in about 15-20 minutes. The trains are frequent - every 10 minutes or so. When you exit the customs area, continue straight ahead. Ticket machines are located at Terminal 3 - cash and credit cards accepted. At the time of writing this the cost of an adult ticket was DKK 36 (you need a ticket to travel 3 zones). Don't be concerned - this is a simple process, ticket machines have English language option and Rail staff are at hand to assist if you get stuck. Upon arrival at Central Station, exit from the main entrance, turn left, then left again onto Vesterbrogade, after about 170 m turn left onto Helgolandsgade - the hotel is about 70 m away on the right. There is a striptease bar next door to the hotel, but the neighborhood seemed pretty quiet even late at night. In an expensive city, BW Hebron offered good value for money, even more so since we saved a fair bit on transport.

Hotel Hebron is a great value for the money. The front desk staff and breakfast room staff are so lovely and warm. They are always smiling and ready to help and accommodate. I will truly miss the breakfast. There is also an adorable courtyard where you can sit with a drink or refreshment or also bring your breakfast. I thought it was a nice touch that they put extra coffee service in the courtyard in the morning. The location is fantastic. To Tivoli, 5 minutes; to Stroget: just under 10 minutes; to the palaces, about 20-25 minutes; to Nyhavn, 20 minutes. There was no reason ever to use public transportation.

We stayed two nights at Best Western Hotel Hebron. The location of the hotel is excellent. walking distance to Copenhagen Central Station, Tivoli Gardens, city center.... We loved the small inner garden. Excellent breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff.

My sister and I visited Copenhagen for the first time and we were lucky to stay at this hotel. It was in close proximity to everything... train station, activities, sights, restaurants, mini stores, bus stops, even shopping. The outdoor lobby was cute and inviting, nice to sit and relax there if you've had a long day of city-exploring. They have bikes you can rent for fair price also. The room was small but very cozy, clean and well-maintained. The daily breakfast was excellent! My fave was the do-it-yourself waffle, so yummy I miss it! The staff on the counter or lobby and in the kitchen were all nice, great customer service. Over-all... I love this hotel, I will stay again when I go back to Copenhagen.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. It is centrally located in a nice and safe area. The room was small but very clean and quiet (we had asked for a quiet location). The AC was set at a certain temperature and we couldn't bring it down further, therefore it was always warm in the room. Breakfast was incredible and offered a variety of fresh fruit, breads, yogurts, etc. in a nice setting. Overall service was excellent in the entire hotel. We recommend without hesitation!

excellent value hotel close to central statiuon in an expensive city like copenhagen. the room is satifactory in size, cleniness except a fridge will have been perefct. the breakfast is adequate and the staff are all friendly and helpful

Typical European small rooms but adequate, clean. Service and breakfast were exceptional. With a land package mix-up this trip for four people could have been a disaster but Sarah and Anna MADE IT HAPPEN and everything worked out well.

We were very pleased with this hotel, the location was very good, close to the rail station which made it easy to get to from the airport and convenient if you want to hop the train to visit Frederiksborg Castle (a must in my opinion). As others have mentioned it is close to the tourist area and there are shops, a grocery store (turn left on the main street) and restaurants close by. We found a good pizza restaurant 2 blocks from the hotel, great for take out (about $22 US - what a deal) or eat in at a reasonable price (turn right on the main street). The lobby is small, but there is a nice seating area down stairs and a beautiful courtyard and garden if you are lucky enough to get good weather. Just remember to be quiet in the courtyard as your fellow travellers may be trying to sleep off jet lag in the rooms above. The staff at the reception were pleasant and helpful. You can store your bags in a locked cupboard if needed before or after your stay. They provided me with an iron and ironing board for use in the room which was much appreciated. We arrived at 9am, exhausted and they had a room available for us. They warned us that it was one of their smaller rooms, but we were ok with that. This is an older hotel and it isn't very sound proof. We heard the fellow in the next room snoring every night so I ended up using earplugs and taking a sleeping pill to get a good night sleep. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice both hot and cold options. I didn't care for the scrambled eggs, the cook is very heavy handed with the salt. I wish they wouldn't salt the eggs and leave that to the guest to decide if they want it or not. It can get busy around 9 am, so go earlier if you can. There is seating in the lovely courtyard but that only works on sunny days and we had 3 days of rain. Staff worked hard to clear the tables for the next guests. If you are there as a tourist, check out the rack of small tourist information cards to the right of the reception desk. They have discounts for some of the attractions, i.e. 20% off Frederiksborg Castle. If you can book this hotel well in advance (we booked 5 months ahead), you can get a very good rate.

Location is very convenient and close to local tourism bus stops and Tivoli Gardens. Very clean, professional and wonderful staff that handled every request. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with quality and variety. Proximity to neighboring entertainment venues was NEVER a concern.

We are here now at the best western Hebron and I am overly impressed. I was afraid that the hotel would be old, run down, and that the room would be too small for our family of four. To my amazement, the hotel far exceeded my expectations. The breakfast is amazing with more choices than I have seen in the US. The rooms have plenty of space for our family and even a private room for my wife and I. It is conveniently located to the area attractions. The staff is very friendly and most helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a great location. Close to train station (central station) Tivoli, and city center. Quiet street. Cute courtyard (which is common in cph). No AC but there is a provided fan in the rooms. The Windows open. Bathroom is a wet room. Tiny rooms (but typical). Small desk and a sitting chair in the room. Full breakfast that was delicious and tons of options. The front desk staff is amazing!

Stayed 2 times in June. 1st room was given was VERY small, both rooms have bathroom where shower is beside toilet,not separate, which could be imprpved…I understand they only have so much space, but not ideal. 2nd room given was very spacious. Both rooms did not have air conditioning,though fan and 2 windows was ok. Reception is helpful. Breakfast room was very charming with Chandelier and fresh flowers on tables with a very good selection of food! Convenient location. Courtyard is very nice, also are win hotel with seating and fresh apples you can take. Lots o handy brochures and free access to computer. 2nd room tv didn't work but they came to solve it immediately,great! Separate shower would be good,but others great hotel!

We found this accommodation very good. Central location to everything. Just off the main street and near the central railway station. Staff were so friendly and helpful nothing was an effort for them. The breakfast is really good, does not vary but full bfast with fruits, bacon, eggs and lots more. We stayed on the 4th floor and it was a good room. A lovely court yard is in the centre of the building all the inside rooms face into this courtyard and it is so clean and has lovely plants and just nice to sit there very peaceful. Eateries everywhere would suggest when you reach the main street turn left, lot of places that way. Hop on hop buses - nos 13 on the map across the road on main street, Radisson Hotel. They have reps there and you can do both buses from there and all 3 routes from here also. Very good locatio to stay.

The room was very noisy and no AC. Next morning we had to move our luggage and store it in the storage until 2.30pm when we were given another room so we had to drag our luggage again and move into this room. The room was strange shape. Twin beds were alongside the wall, hence only one of us had headboard! I kept losing my pillow in the night since there was no headboard on my side!! This kept me awake at night. Bathroom/toilet was very small and no extractor fan or a window, is this not a legal requirement? The water did not drain in the sink. either!

It's easy to agree with most which has been said by others. Well located a short walk from the central railway station, the sight-seeing hop-on / hop-off bus service, the Tivoli and the heart of the city. In our room on the third floor, overlooking the inner courtyard, the bathroom (shower room) was tiny, no fridge and no aircon - so on our visit in late June the portable fan was a very welcome addition. But everything else you might need is provided, the breakfast choices are close to five star, the staff are polite and helpful, rooms are clean, bed comfy, lifts work, the free WiFi works, umbrellas to borrow if needed and the luggage room lock is operated from behind the reception desk - an important point in view of the fact that travel insurers are unlikely to insure luggage left unattended. One word of advice to the first-time visitor is to download the free Rejseplanen app. It's a great tool for discovering how best to get from A to B. It came in handy several times since none of the train station lobbies we passed through had route maps that superimposed the station names on the city's landmarks; unless you knew in advance the name of the station closest to museum x then there was no way you could use the automated ticket machine. And if, at the end of your stay, you don't feel like hauling your luggage back to the station and the airport yourself, the hotel will call you a cab which will take you door to door for 260.00DKK.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Friendly welcome and front desk staff always helpful. Room was fine, clean and with most things needed. Breakfast buffet had a good choice of hot and cold dishes. The location for getting into the centre of town and proximity to the railway station was a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Centrally located, clean, compact rooms, happy helpful staff, beer in the lobby, near restaurants, and great breakfasts with plenty of bacon...what else could I want? The hotel was mid sized and had a cute mid sized courtyard. There was a "gentleman's" club nearby but for all you families with kids , there was no noise and no strange people hanging around the area.

This was the perfect little hotel for our visit. We had two rooms on the 3rd floor (327 and 329) facing the back of the hotel. It was soooo quiet - we slept great! The rooms are small (we knew that going in) but the beds were comfortable, the room/bathroom was clean, we had free wi-fi and the breakfast was fantastic!! You can purchase wine/beer/water/soft drinks in the lobby and enjoy them on the outdoor courtyard garden or in the lounge. The staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke English. We walked everywhere from the hotel (we are walkers) and it's flat. Would stay here again if ever in Copenhagen. We took a cab from the airport and it was 300 Dkr (the cab took credit cards so having Danish currency wasn't an issue).

This hotel is convenient to get to from the airport by transit and is is about a block and 1/2 walk from the railway station. The hotel is not impressive from the front but the interior is lovely and has a beautiful courtyard when you can sit and relax or have breakfast. Our room had a separate living and bedroom area, nicely furnished with comfortable beds. The only negative was that the ottoman was too large for the size of the living room. The room overlooked the back and what appeared to be the common area for apartments so it was open and pleasant to watch people moving about and eating their dinners etc. We were there during a heat wave (yes, in Copenhagen) and there was no air conditioning but they provided a fan and with open windows it was just fine. The breakfast was very good and the entire hotel clean and inviting.

We stayed at this Hotel and very happy with the room, the staff were so friendly and helpful! The price was great 200.00 CDN $ one night and that included breakfast. Hotel very clean, had room to store luggage before the room was ready, clse to everything.

This is a very nice hotel situated two blocks from the railway station. It's on a clean, quiet block with many other hotels. We really liked the location, since it's a few blocks from the Meatpacking district which is full of fabulous restaurants. It's an easy walk to many attractions around Copenhagen. The hotel itself is very tranquil. Our room was large and clean. It's quiet at night, so you can rest up for your daytime tours. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We had a great time and would consider staying there again.

A convenient and comfortable place to stay close to the centre of the city. Quiet location, an easy stroll from the train station and the Tivoli. A delicious self serve breakfast and accommodating staff.

Booked a room here as it was easy to get from Airport and train station was a 5 minute walk away. Bonus was it was very closed to other attractions such as Tivoli Gardens, restaurants and shops. Very fortunate that our room had air conditioning as it was very hot during our stay. Our room was on the top floor, had everything we needed, and was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Glad we were on the top floor as the building was very old and the wooden floor squeaked when we walked around, so anyone underneath us would have probably heard it. Great buffet breakfast and free wi fi was a bonus. Staff were very helpful and friendly and would not hesitate to recommend hotel. Strip club next door was not a problem and would not have known it was there apart from the signs outside.

Once again a fantastic visit for the 4:th time, it gets better every time we get here.. The atmosphere is very welcoming. We stayed in room 136. It had a bedroom and a small livingroom. . The bathroom was very fresh. No noice from other rooms. All of the staff are very nice and professional, breakfast are great,, Next time in Copenhagen this will be our first choice again.

Stayed for 3 nights, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the weather was quite warm and there was no air condition in our room. We only had a floor fan, which did help a little. Other than that, everything else was great!! Very convenient location to everything.

The hotel is close to the central railway station and so the area is full of hotels. And yes it is beside what claims to be the best strip club in Copenhagen - but they seem to go about their business rather quietly. From the outside the building is a little nondescript, but inside it has some charms. The hotel is built around a central courtyard with many rooms facing onto it. One of the things I really enjoyed was you could open the windows at night - and it was quiet. That aside, this courtyard is a treasure. You can take your breakfast down there for example. However, at night you can but snacks, beer etc from the great folk at reception and just enjoy a pleasant Copenhagen night. The rooms are spacious but storage is a little limited. The walls can be a little thin. Breakfast is great with everything you need for a Danish breakfast, continental or traditional eggs and bacon. The hotel is quite central so many attractions are within walking distance. Tivoli, for example, is only about ten minutes away. Its not luxury, but its a great place to stay.

I stayed at this hotel both before and after a Baltic Cruise in May/June 2016. The location is perfect - go out the front door, make a left and then a right at the next street and you are on one of the main thoroughfares of the city. On this same street were a variety of restaurants as well. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful. I had a very early flight back to the States and had to leave the hotel at 3:45 am. A taxi was ordered ahead of time and I was given a cup of coffee to get me on my way. Breakfast would have been provided if I had wanted it. A previous reviewer, also a woman solo traveler, mentioned there was a strip club nearby. But, I was never fearful and as it didn't open until 9 pm, I was not concerned. Each of my rooms was a good size, given that European rooms are not especially big. While the carpet could be replaced, that would be the only complaint I would have. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff friendly. There was also a lovely courtyard where you could eat breakfast or just sit and enjoy being in Copenhagen. I would recommend this hotel

We enjoyed the convenience of this hotel. We were able to store our luggage here during the day before our check in. They were able to exchange money for us and called a cab for our group to get to the cruise port. Other than the heat which was beyond their control, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The hotel is located in the city core of Copenhagen with close to central trainstation, the amusement park, restaurants etc. There's parking garage just around the corner. The hotel offer a more home type of feeling than the new modern hotels but without being worn down. Friendly and helpful staff. I've been here both on business and on private trips multiple times. Can definitely recommend this.

My family and I stayed in a room for 4 adults. We had a room on the 4th floor. The room was very small and entirely inappropriate for 4 adults. There were a shabby sofa bed and 2 "single" beds that were attached together. The sofa bed was queen size and in a room that was so small that we could barely get around the bed. You would have to be very careful not to scratch your legs on the bare metal around the bed. Just above this sofa bed was a very weird window. This window was at 45-degree angle so that the sun shone on it very early and all day. The shade for this window was a thin white plastic sheet which barely shielded the sun. It got very hot during the day in this room due to this window. And this was mid-May! The attached bathroom was a tiny room, where the shower water would run into the entire bathroom. On the plus side, the location was very central and the breakfast buffet was excellent. However, I cannot recommend this hotel.

This hotel is next door to the best strip clubbing Copenhagen. I never visited so can't tell. Anyways the neighborhood used to be ruff but nowadays are more hip. Close to the railway station and with walking distance to the main attractions is very well located. I stayed here a couple of times, once in a older room and once in a newly renovated room. It's basic, but all you need. It's quiet with great staff, nice breakfast and very functional. I'm going back in August for Copenhagen food festival. See you there foodies!

Great location, very nice stuff at the reception and small but nice room. Perfect breakfast with anything you want. You cannot ask for more in a quite expensive city. I defenitly suggest this hotel good for couples, solos or families!

Stayed here for 5 nights on a city break.Location could not be better,3 minutes from Central Station.Breakfast very good,suitable for coeliacs,e.g. Gluten free.Recommend you advise them before you arrive(I did this 3 weeks in advance by email,and they forgot to advise the kitchen).However this was resolved after first day. The free wi-fi reception was brilliant everywhere in the hotel including our room.It is the best ever wifi in a hotel we have ever experienced. The waitress staff were very very helpful.Staff on reception were also very good. We stayed in room 324, which was unfortunately adjacent to the lift shaft/room and kept us awake on the first night.We seemed to get used to the noise thereafter. However we did not sleep very well for the whole 5 nights.In fact probably our worst sleep on holiday ever.The reason being the pillows were so uncomfortable.Square shaped with little 'give' and we both had a sore neck each morning ,and we recovered as soon as we got home. Thank you again for all the staff that catered for my gf food requirements. Would not stay here again without a change to the pillow

In pricey Copenhagen the Hebron is a great find. We had a quiet room facing the court yard. It's a 5-6 minute walk to Tivoli, plus there's a nice Chinese restaurant on one corner and a Danish restaurant on the other. The breakfast buffet is excellent: you can make your own waffles and there's a wonderful selection of cheeses, eggs, bacon, terrific Danish breads and more.

Chose this hotel after reading many TA reviews. Well satisfied. Friendly staff , very, very good full breakfast. Modern baths . Thin walls, lobby noise does carry up several floors. . Short walk with luggage from Central Station . Close to Tivoli . Hardly noticed Strip Club activity (and this was a Saturday night stay?)

What a pleasant surprise to find such a nice hotels within walking distance to the train station and to Tivoli Gardens. The room was nice, the breakfast was good and the staff was wonderful. Many attractions are nearby.

Close to Train station in city center very good location and some rooms are facing private residency area so it's quiet Room that I stayed it was very small At the lobby you can purchase some beer and sodas. There is breakfast buffet included for the rate

I gave this place a five star rating because for a three star hotel, it gives me everything I need. It's CLEAN! Wifi is on point! The bed was comfy, sheets were clean and pretty soft. Rooms are small but not claustrophobic. The bathroom was minimal but great shower pressure. Breakfast thumbs up! Elevator was small, outside patio where the people can smoke because inside is no smoking, yay! You can actually drink the water from the sink. There is a sign that tells you that their water is clean and they encourage it. God I love Copenhagen. This hotel is a short walk from the train station. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to the railway station. Centre on walking distance. large, comfortable rooms, quiet surrounding. Breakfast is verry good and personal is helpfull. There is no restaurant for dinner but almost next door there is a verry good Danish restaurant. Mind to reservate because it is verry popular.

It's difficult to get a decent hotel room in Copenhagen. The quality of the rooms in comparison to other EU cities isn't comparable. However, the room was small but very clean, bed was comfortable, the bathroom was a bit tired and needed redoing. Wifi was free and fast. Staff were very efficient and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of good fresh food. Choices of salads and cold meats and a good selection of hot food. The staff were really nice as well. Location was good in what was previously a dodgy area but much improved the last couple of years.

We stayed at Hebron because we wanted to be close to the venue of Copenhagen Beer Celebration. It was also very close to the central station which was highly appreciated. The negative part of the location is that its closest neighbour is a strip club. However we didn't notice anything from it, it is just tasteless. The room we got was rather small but absolutely big enough as we really only slept there. Very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Unfortunately it is very thin walls and you hear quite clearly both from slamming doors in the corridor (we stayed opposite a staff room, so it slammed a LOT early in the morning from about 5.30 and 6 am) and the neighbouring room. Nice lounge area where we sat for a while arriving with night train early in the morning, Before we set off for the sightseeing on the arrival day. Many nice restaurants and bars just around the corner and of course the Meat District. Really nice full breakfast with both nice fried eggs and some kind of scrambled eggs (from mix or real eggs, I don't know-I didn't try), bacon, fruits, cereals, vegetables, cheese, salami etc.

We arrived in Copenhagen via cruise ship. We took public transportation from the pier to the central train station in Copenhagen. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the train station We arrived early and the staff was helpful in providing a secure storage area for luggage. Iwas concerned about valuables and they were willing to place them in their vault. We spent the rest of the day seeing the sights, many of which are close by. On returning, we gathered our luggage and headed to our room across an inner courtyard. Out room was at the back of the hotel, very quiet, and with a window overlooking the city. Besides our bed, there was a wardrobe and a safe. A desk, two chairs, and a bathroom with a warmed tile floor. Very nice. The next day, we had a wonderful full breakfast buffet of warm and cold foods. Tea, coffee, rolls, eggs, bacon, cheese... A wonderful selection with everything tasting delicious! During our stay, we asked for help at the front desk numerous times. They were always helpful, considerate, and willing to book tours, offer advice, arrange transportation as needed. Next time we return to Copenhagen we will definitely stay here!

As others mentioned, the common areas are very nice and breakfast was great. But the room I had was almost that of a 2-star hotel - no air conditioning, no mini fridge, no shower stall but a continuous floor with only a curtain to stop the water and an old box hairdryer. My room also needed a thorough cleaning as the bedspread, curtains and walls were all a bit soiled. And as others mentioned, you may need earplugs due to thin walls. Except for the lack of AC and a need for earplugs it was not terribly uncomfortable but in general, I felt that I had paid too much for the room.

We had booked a 48 hour short city break in Copenhagen and the Hotel Hebron met all our needs and more. On arrival at the hotel the staff were very helpful and friendly and we took up an offer of an upgrade to a suite for a small supplement which really made our stay even more special as it included a free mini bar. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and well equipped, huge comfy bed and a large bath after a full day in the city. My only comment was I did not like the wall mounted hair dryer in the bath room but this was my only quibble in what was an excellent hotel. The breakfast was wonderful, with a huge choice of full English breakfast to anything you could wish for, so set you up well for a full day in the city. We also could not fault the location of this hotel as it was so convenient for the central train station, so perfect for travelling to and from airport and linking into and travelling around Copenhagen itself. The hotel is also really close to the Tivoli gardens which is a 'must visit' site in Copenhagen and we visited in the evening- totally magical! Almost next door to the hotel is a lovely traditional Danish restaurant if you fancy trying local food which we could recommend and within the local Vesterbro district there were plenty of reasonable restaurants. We would definitely recommend the Best Western Hotel Hebron to fellow travellers!

What a great hotel! Quiet alley, sleek decorations, just Two blocks from central station and tivoli. Lidl and 7/11 just around the corner for snacks and wine to bring back and enjoy in the candle lit lounge or quaint patio (I highly recommend enjoying a glass of beer/wine every evening on the patio...so relaxing). We were accompanying my husband on business and stayed with two kids, so we had one small bedroom with a door (yeah) and a small living room area where a couch pulled out for the kids. Not much space with the couch pulled out but large by city/European standards (and did I mention, we had a door on our room..haha. So nice for my hubby and me). Open air windows, which opened up to a lovely green thoroughfare, were perfect at night especially since there is no air conditioning. There was a large closet with ample storage shelves and an in-room safe. Complimentary water bottles were a nice touch. Breakfast was outstanding. Lots of fruit, bread, yogurt, cheese, and pastries, and some warm items (sausage, bacon, eggs, etc.). Even the kids were pleased. The staff is EXTRAORDINARILY friendly. The ladies at the front desk always had a smile and the ladies in the breakfast room doted on our kids, bringing them warm cocoa in the morning. We opted to not have our room cleaned every day yet they always left us fresh towels and toilet paper in the door. Very thoughtful. I found this hotel to be the perfect Copenhagen stay. So happy we decided against one of the company's standard business hotels. Much more Copenhagen at the best western. Would definitely recommend. Pros: location, staff, breakfast, quaint patio and lounge, open air windows. Cons: Only complaint was the cleanliness. The property is a bit worn and the rooms were a bit dingy. Clean freaks, Don't look behind the toilet ;).

We stayed here at the beginning of May and were very impressed by the hotel. We will definitely return here on future trips to Copenhagen. Thank you Best Western Hebron for a wonderful stay. The rooms are very comfortable and the free wifi much appreciated. The hotel is centrally located and within a few minutes walk of many beautiful sites and sounds. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. Thank you all for making our stay special. We arrived early in the morning, were able to safely store our luggage until our room was ready, our laptop computer was kept safe in the administration office and we could then explore the city bagage free on the hop on hop off bus which was just five minutes away. A good feeling to know that everything was being so well looked after. The breakfast at the hotel was nothing short of superb with so much variety, choices, delicious and healthy options. Wow!!! Stayed here post-cruise. After a lengthy transatlantic voyage, this hotel was home for three nights. I really enjoyed this property! It was clean, the rooms were nice, the staff was absolutely amazing and the location was the best in town! You are right around the corner from Tivoli and a hop-skip-and-jump from all of the major Copenhagen sights! With this being said, DO NOT do the Hop on Hop off bus as this is one of the most walkable cities in Europe. I need to review the HOHO soon as it was really awful. The breakfast is wonderful. If you are arriving early, they will store luggage for you in a locked up room. The rooms have no climate control but thankfully it is not hot in Copenhagen and thankfully the windows open for fresh air (if needed). I am a person that likes to sleep in a COLD room and my biggest concern was not having climate control. With that said, it was not an issue! The single bed rooms are super small, so I would highly suggest a double or superior double room. The rooms in my photos are room 230 on second floor (or 3rd floor by USA standards as we do not count the ground floor as 0). The breakfast was really good with waffled, eggs, bacon, delicious breads, cheeses and cured meats. There are also juices, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The staff in the breakfast area are super nice and the room is super nice as well. All in all, it was a lovely stay and I recommend this place in a heartbeat!

I stayed with my family at this hotel between 26-28 April 2016. The hotel is close to Central Station (train Station) (exit main entrance, opp Tivoli, turn left, to top of road, left again and then 3rd left). 5 min walk max. We arrived at 10am - check in isn't until 2pm but the receptionist checked to see if our room was ready - it wasn't but we were expecting that (seeing as check out isn't untill 11!). We left our luggage and returned to the hotel later when we checked in. Check in was effortless - we had a room on the 1st floor overlooking the courtyard which was pleasant. Room was big and clean. There was a sofa bed made up for my daughter and 2 single beds pushed together for my husband and myself. Bathroom clean - shower (no bath) toilet and sink - heated floor! The hotel provide hair and body wash which was adequate. There were 2 little bottles of wine and some packs of nuts in the room on our arrival which i thought were complimentary but alas, there was a charge for them! ( there is a Lidl at the top of the road so we bought wine from there!). Breakfast was lovely - a buffet style - scrambled, fried and boiled eggs, sausages, bacon, beans, toast, rolls, hams, cheeses, fruit, cereal, pastries and the best bit of all - make your own waffles!! Amazing! Lovely coffee and tea also available. The waitress (Lara i think) was lovely and made my 3 year old daughter a jug of hot chocolate (which was delicious!). The hotel is situated next door to a strip club (but it does advertise it's services as 'the best strip club in Copenhagen!). Opens between 2100-0600. It didn't bother us - certainly didn't see or hear anything. All in all, the hotel is clean, comfortable and friendly. Good breakfast and i found it convieniently located - 5 mins to Tivoli, 5 mins from train station, busses at the top of the road.

Great location, very friendly staff and beautifully decorated. Nice breakfast :). The only critise i would have is the rooms are not very sound proof, could hear next door rooms conversation, it didn't bother our sleep but for light sleepers might be depending on who is in the room next to yours.

Hotel was very well located just a two minute walk from central station. Room was large and beds were very comfortable. Hotel was clean and staff were helpful. The breakfast was really excellent with great variety. Around the corner was a street of indoor and outdoor eateries. We also took a day trip to Malmo. This took 40 minutes over "The Bridge,". Don't forget your passport as you need it to get on the train in central station and on the Swedish border also.

Nice hotel with all the necessary facilities in a good condition. Nice rooms, nice beds, fresh bathrooms, well cleaned. Free internet (WiFi). Situated in the central of Copenhagen, within walking distance (some closer, some further away) from all "must see"s . Nice international breakfast.

The hotel is 2 blocks of the train station. There are a lot of good restaurant right nearby. The room is standard, but the restroom is new and clean. They have a very elegant courtyard. Their lobby is very ambience with good lighting, decoration, and soothing music. Breakfast is excellent! Staff here are very warm and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is very close to the central railway station, so take the train instead of metro when coming from the airport. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, although the single bed was a bit too small for me. Small complaint, the socket in the bathroom did not work and there was only one free socket in the room. The free buffet breakfast was tasty and had a good selection. Hotel staff was very nice and check in extremely efficient. Wi-fi worked well too.

The outside of the hotel is all very pleasant (even hotel bikes - not sure how you use them??!!). Reception is very clean, tidy and nice. This leads into a central courtyard with tables, chairs (and blankets!). Downstairs leads to a comfortable modern lounge area and conference facilities. The staff were fantastic, always smiling and very helpful. Breakfast was a standard continental, just about everything you want. Just a couple of things to watch out for. No bar facilities i could find, although there is a fridge with wine and beer. There are plenty of bars at the end of the road though. My room, although spotlessly clean, was a little dated and very odd being in the 'attic'. A good shower and nice bed. Finally, the area, mmmm? At night, the main road at one end appeared to be a red light district, with a couple of clubs and some 'interesting' shops and a few dubious girls. The other end had a strip joint before you quickly came to the main road. Oh to be younger (and single!). Having said that I felt safe and road the hotel was on was quiet. The property is very central with Tivoli, the train station, town square and shopping areas being easily walk-able. Put on your boots or work out how to ride a bike if you want the Little Mermaid. All in all a pleasant stay.

This hotel is our preferred choice when visiting Copenhagen. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is fantastic and the staff is kind, polite and efficient. Everybody seems content with their job and what they are doing. One of our friends, staying with us this time, got her wallet back when she checked out. She had lost it somewhere in her room and could not find it herself. Highly recommended. Look for more reviews bu MulleEllum.

My wife and I stayed at the Best Western Hebron for. Long weekend in Copenhagen. The hotel itself is pleasant. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom. Loved the breakfast. Did not love the noise from the hallway every morning from the staff. Was not crazy about the strip clue being next door to the hotel.

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights during February half term. The hotel is right next to the central station (5 mins walk max) which is very handy for travelling to and from the airport - super cheap and easy too! The rooms are small but clean and the beds even smaller but the bathrooms have heated floors which was nice given the cold weather. Breakfast was fine, usual selection and staff were friendly. The only downside I'd mention is the sound proofing of the rooms. We were right over the breakfast room so were woken with the sound of music coming up early every morning. The hotel is also right next door to a strip club which actually wasn't as loud as we thought it may be - we only heard the thumping music one night. All in all, a good place to stay for a short city break.

We stayed for two nights, all staff spoke great English and were really nice. Breakfast was amazing, clean rooms and good location. Sometimes could hear people coming in at night, but being uni students we're used to this!

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, and very close to main train station, within easy walking distance of pretty much everything. Lots of restaurants close by for dinner. The breakfast is lovely - lots of variety, very fresh and the staff are lovely and smiling, which made a great start to the day. The sound-proofing in the rooms leaves a little to be desired, and I was woken up when people came home late from partying and also when families woke up early, but otherwise the room was very nice and clean and bright with everything I could have wanted. Would stay here again

My family and I stayed in the hotel for two nights. The room was clean, quite and comfortable. The view was the garden. We feel very safe. The location is good. We can walk to the central station with our bulky luggages easily. The most appreciated point was the great breakfast. Foods were sufficient and tasted good, especially I like making the waffle by my own.

Efficient service and friendly check in. A few blocks from Central Station and an easy walk from airport train and Tivoli Gardens. Rooms were clean and included breakfast was excellent. 10 minute walk to central city. Good value with great location.

Really lovely clean hotel. Very close to the train station which was simple to catch from the airport. Tivoli gardens is a short walk away and the bus stop is just at the end of the street. We were offered an upgrade to a suite on arrival for a small amount extra to pay which we gratefully accepted! Very comfortable bed, separate living area and separate bathroom with bathtub and shower over. Also included a free mini bar. Very friendly staff in all areas. Wonderful included breakfast. We would happily stay here again.

The location is very strategic as it is situated right in the city center. It is only three train stops away from the airport and the train fare costs about 36 Kr per person, single trip. Receptionists at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable in the sense that they provide sound advice of where we should visit within our two-day-trip.

Stayed at the Best Western Hebron from Thursday to Sunday, check in very easy and the rooms were easily accessed and well appointed. Some of the rooms have had bathrooms renovated and the remainder are due to be done soon, however the ones that are not totally up to date are still OK. Breakfast buffet was excellent a good range of everything on offer, hot and cold, The ubiquitous toaster was as slow as ever could do with more than one possibly. The only downside to the hotel is the location as it is a good walk for all the attractions etc.If you turn left out of the hotel door you go into a decent area,if you turn right you end up with access to the train station and the nearby red light area.

The staff in this hotel were so helpful and nice, on the reception desk and in the breakfast restaurant. They couldn't do enough and made the holiday all the more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was so good with so much choice that we didn't need to eat again until evening. The room was fine and comfortable but the place is being refurbished so the rooms are being modernised. Great location and thank you so much to the staff.

Glad I only stayed one night as this establishment must be going for the worn-out hotel of the year award. The place is pretty shabby and tired. Staff etc very polite and helpful, the place is efficient. It just needs a total makeover. Knocking shop right next door doesn't really provide a particularly salubrious impression.

My room was in serious need of renovation (despite the note in the lift saying that rooms had been renovated!), with wood-chip paper on the wall, very old light and power sockets and furniture that has seen better days. Even the lights were gradually dimming whilst I boiled the kettle for a cup of tea! My main issue was the sagging mattress which drooped severely in the middle and was far too soft (or worn out). However, my room faced into the courtyard and was very quiet and the bathroom was reasonably equipped with a new thermostatic shower. Breakfast was acceptable and the dining room spacious and well laid out. The hotel is very convenient for the railway station - less than five minutes on foot - and there are decent places to eat nearby.

The hotel was comfortable and breakfast was good with plenty of choice of food to eat. The room was small but comfortable and well furnished. The bathroom was newly fitted with underfloor heating which was a bonus with the cold weather. All in all great value for money. We arrived early and although the room was not ready we were able to leave our bags in a safe area.

The room i was booked in was a single bed room and the look of it gave a feeling of servant quarter! I immediately upgraded the room. Staff were fast and helpful with the request. I took the room which was new and "one of the best" as per the staff.. but it wasnt impressive :( Small rooms with old furniture.. breakfast spread was awesome.. staffs were very courteous.. location wise is close to central station so all shops are nearby.. the very famous Tivoli was at walking distance.

We spent 3 nights at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, Copenhagen Central Station is less than 5 minutes walk away. You can get a train from the airport straight to the station, this takes around 15 minutes and costs 36DK one way (about £3.60). We loved the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean with a lovely shower room, and comfortable beds. I notice some reviewers complaining about the size of the room, I never understand this, surely you've better things to do than spend time in your room!! The staff were excellent - professional, friendly and helpful, offering advice on the best places to visit. The breakfast was fantastic with both continental and cooked options to choose from. Breakfast room staff were first class. Copenhagen is a lovely city with so much to see. Our highlights were the sightseeing bus ( where you can hop on and off at the various attractions), Carlsberg Centre, Nyhavn and Christiania. There is also a fantastic food/drink market at Norreport metro station where you'll find a great array of coffee shops, bars and cafes. Some reviewers have also mentioned that a strip club is next door, and other such establishments are close by. This is true, but so what??!! We didn't see or hear anything that caused any concern. We can't speak highly enough of the hotel and would definitely stay there again.
