Best Western Executive Inn & Suites

I was greeted by the hotel staff upon entering, and felt very welcomed. The lobby was very clean, along with the room that I stayed in. I was very comfortable during my stay, and enjoyed the morning breakfast. Close to the freeway. Also, if your car is dirty, there is a good car wash next to the hotel.

It was not that far from the hospital that we needed to go to for the week that we stayed. The lady that did breakfast the whole time we where their was amazing and really nice. I will go back if we have more doctor visits that require us to stay.

The staff was great, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good! The area was close to restaurants and we felt safe! We truly enjoyed our stay at the best western in Colorado Springs! The value was really great!

The hotel was good but the staff was amazing! I wanted breakfast and a hot tub and that's what I got. Chris at the front desk is wonderful and sweet! everyone on staff was friendly. The hotel was very clean and it was pretty quiet at night. I will definitely go back!

Staff was really nice especially Chris during check in. I witnessed him check in a couple guests and deal with others with questions and he was extremely helpful, accommodating and got a smile out of everyone. Room had everything we needed and breakfast in the morning had more options than we anticipated. This stay was well worth the cost.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but the beds were wildly uncomfortable, none of us slept well. Breakfast had very limited options and tasted just ok at best. We left hungry and had to buy food elsewhere.

It was a great experience no hassles or trouble super clean hotel, wonderful pool and hot tub,great breakfast,and super helpful staff, no problems with the homeless population which most motels have!!

Headboard is on the same wall as the neighbor's TV. STUPIDITY! Our neighbor had his TV on all night. Not even loud, but we could hear the TV and their normal level conversation loud and clear. Front desk just made excuses, no apology, and did not offer another room until I asked for it.

We had a 3 night stay at this hotel. No towels for two days. Also they gave keys out to our room during the day when we were gone. Fortunately nothing happened to our things. Spoke with another guest who had the same problem. They gave him a key to an occupied room late at night. This is scary and very unsafe.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel has a lot of character. The room was very nice and the bed was super comfy. We loved the location. Lots to do and see. We went to the casino and Union Station both were very nice.

Hotel and room was very clean. We were on the 2nd floor and they didn't have an elevator. They offered to help us with luggage if it was an issue (which it wasn't.) It's an older hotel but the room seemed more updated than the hallways. Checkin was easy and they were very friendly. Note: we didn't have pets but saw two different couples (politely) denied their reserved room because of pets even though the hotel is advertised as pet friendly. They have limited pet friendly rooms. Make sure you're booking one if needed! Overall, we were pleased with our stay. Definitely not luxury but a clean and inexpensive place to sleep at night (we were out exploring most of the time.)

Rooms where clean and ready, Staff was friendly and helpful,pool and hot tub where perfect for the occasion , good location to start a new day, bed was really comfy, refrigerator and microwave in the room are a huge plus especially when traveling with a budget!

There is no management around, EVER. Twice I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and disconnected. Drove HOURS to retrieve an item I left behind only to be told it wasn't there anymore. Thank you Rayna for being the only person there who cared to help me. Gabriella needs an education in customer service. There should ALWAYS be a way to get a hold of management, period. There is a reason this hotel has a 2 star rating.

This hotel is overpriced for what you get. Nothing egregiously awful but nothing to really win me over either. Breakfast is good- real breakfast options including pancakes, eggs, a meat. Customer service was terrible- waited 10 minutes to check in only to find the employee was hiding in some back room rather than being at the desk to do their job. One mattress creaked loudly every time you tossed or turned in the bed so the whole room kept getting woken up. Not enough towels in the room and never managed to get someone to bring more.

We arrived fairly late so not much to say about the check in process. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. The toilet though was "wobbly" and the AC unit in the bedroom was pretty load so we turned it off to get some sleep. The included breakfast was better than expected as well. We only stayed one night, but would consider staying there again.

Very disappointed in how I was billed 1st night,165 bucks 2nd night,185 and 3rd night ,195 This was on Tuesday we'd and thursday nights last week for the same room When I asked the clerk I was told rates fluctuate and you really don't know how much. I have been a best western member for sometime,didn't seem to matter much

You will receive the standard cleanliness and safety and friendliness of BW locations. The area has a few restaurants, although some close early. Vehicle needed to explore the area. Continental breakfast had pros and cons. The pancake maker was a nice addition but there wasn't much variety for those with nutrition limitations. The juice bar was not functioning and the creamers were often not stocked. The pool towels are more like hand towels but the pool and jacuzzi were nice (indoors). Staff are all very nice.

I like Best Western in general, and this one is a particularly nice example. The beds are comfortable, the pool and hot tub are well maintained and at great temperatures, the check in was easy, and the room and grounds clean and welcoming. My sweetie and I were treated well and had a great time.

We stayed in a suite which gave my husband and I plenty of room to not get on each others' nerves during our stay. The breakfasts, while not gourmet, were hot, the dining area was clean and the staff was friendly. We especially liked the daily extended time in the pool and hot tub for adults only. It was a nice way to relax at night after spending quality time with our grandkids during the day.

This is a good, clean Best Western. Location is convenient to I 25 and US 24. Limited restaurants nearby. Room was clean and quiet. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and good.

You definitely get what you pay for. I was able to score a great value on this hotel (under $200 total for two nights). My expectations were that of you get what you pay for. Breakfast and coffee were great. Front desk staff need to be more attentive and available. Hot tub needs repairs. Great location.

Very friendly, smiling, and helpful staff, clean rooms and lobby and great hot breakfast with a variety of food (even impressed my husband who isn't crazy about most motel breakfasts). Would recommend this place to everyone! Room stocked with necessities.

during my 8 day stay at this hotel we were disappointed to find that their in-room entertainment had no streaming capabilities and an archaic channel system. Breakfast was not good and had little choices (with the exception of the green chilli) No dairy products, no real pastries, a broken pancake machine from day 2 on, and greasy meat and cold potatoes. Even for a lower priced hotel this was not worth the money. I have stayed at cheaper and had better and wish I would have paid more somewhere else to avoid a week in this outdated hotel. Had to request room to be cleaned on day 4 and was the only service of room in our 8 day stay. All in all would not recommend or stay at this hotel again if in Colorado Springs

The pool got my kid sick, the room was dirty and disgusting there was trash in the chair cushions. The room smelled a little funky aswell. My friend and family had a terrible experience, then they charged us a cleaning fee after we legitimately didn't complain about the state of the room when we got there and left it cleaner when we left.

This was such a great overnight stop. At the end of a long day on the road, we were upgraded to a suite, given water and offered cookies upon arrival. Though the hotel may not be in the best location, it was so quiet and very clean. Thr breakfast was flavorful and more important, the coffee was good.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was more than grab and go which was really good. It was a little far from where I needed to be, but I wanted to stay within budget. Great hotel for the price I paid.

Courtney and Rebecca you are outstanding. Both of you go above and beyond the call of duty at the front desk. It was a pleasure chatting with you. We have stayed here many a time and always great to come back. We even cancelled a night in Phoenix,so we could spend a third night here. The room was clean and nice. Beds are firm but oh so wonderful to sleep in. The pool and hot tub are good. The breakfast was great but it needs two people on weekends to keep up with the rush. The location has always been great as it is just off the I-25, close to the zoo and garden of the gods. The view of PIKES PEAK is also great from here. WE WILL BE BACK.

I went to this Best Western with no reservation after leaving a travel lodge hotel that was in a dangerous area and poorly taken care of. The staffed welcomed me right away and applied my companies discount right away without me having to purchases the stay via our employee discount portal. Aside from that, This Best Western is right off the I-25. It was very easy to get to our destinations from the location. The staff was so wonderful going above and beyond to help with every little ask. I watched them be friendly like this to all the guests and it was impressive. The breakfast was nice with eggs, meats, pancakes, fruit, etc.. There were always drinks available for the guests such as coffee and real fruit/vegetable infused water. The rooms were impressive for the price point and we had no complaints. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high quality hotel with a budget friendly price range. Side note; I wouldn't recommend staying any further south of this Best Western.

We were extremely pleased with our stay...the location was accessible to Fort Campbell and various routes to reach our various destinations and needs. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We liked the variety when it came to the breakfast menu, not getting the same menu every morning.

The staff was very pleasant and the room was quite nice. Very comfortable stay. The breakfast bar was laid out nicely, however the space is very small to accommodate the number of people that stayed. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great experience from the time we checked in with the hotel staff and including the free breakfast. The green chili was delicious and I was really impressed to see they served this as part of a continental breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

When someone reserves a first floor room and then doesn't get it, you should wonder why they asked for one. I'm a disabled veteran, my back and knees have some issues, and getting up and down stairs is an issue. The fact that there is no elevator here for some reason, and it isn't advertised as not having one, is an issue. I had nowhere else to go as I was expecting a first floor room and the other hotels setup for balloon crews were full at this point. Instead I had to take 4 trips to the room from my car to move everything, and after crewing for hot air balloons for 3 days, barely was able to get everything out before checkout time. For this reason alone I wouldn't stay here again and now I need to verify with every hotel I go to if they have an elevator or not. Moreso, the rooms, while nice and newly renovated, seem unfinished. The baseboards miss the floors in several places by inches. The walls are thin enough that we could hear and FEEL the headboard rocking against the wall from the next room over, yeah, because of what you think. Who puts the headboards against the same wall??? The internet went out on one of the days, along with the Dish TV, and no one would answer the phones when we called the front desk, letting it ring for 5 minutes. No notice that these were out, and nothing provided for compensation. The area around the hotel is scary, there are homeless people sleeping in cars/trucks on the property, and potholes at the entrance. It is also a very tight turn to try to go from the drive in lane to the entrance, especially if someone decides to park there. Combine that with multiple windows that are BOARDED UP WITH PLYWOOD, including in the pool area, I just don't feel safe and won't be back. Some good people work here, but it feels like this hotel is 3 months away from being sold and turned into cheap apartments.

The accommodations were great and pet friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Ideally located near Pikes Peak, the Garden of the Gods and to the south, the Great National Sand Dunes National Park.

This hotel has everything. Great staff. Great amenities. Clean and spacious rooms. I traveled with my dog and he was also treated very well. Josh at the front desk recommended dinner options in town that allow pets. Above and beyond all around.

This place is located in a seedy area of Colorado Springs. It's very run down and old, and SO DIRTY!!! I wouldn't take a shower, take my slippers off or sit on the furniture. DISGUSTING. We checked out early. AWFUL

We can always count on Best Western to provide clean comfortable rooms at reasonable prices. This has been true all across the nation. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. We find the phone booking far superior.

This hotel was very overpriced for all the issues. The air conditioner did not work properly, the sink did not drain properly and they lock the outside doors at 8 pm and wont open them until until 630 am. Ridiculous. The area did not seem safe, I guess. Breakfast was good for a hotel.

Coming in we were worried about the construction going on, but the front desk personnel was very reassuring that our stay would be amazing and he even gave us some drink tickets to make up for the pool being under construction and the building. He said this hotel is doing very good and they are expanding and updating. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast is very tasty and has an excellent variety. The cleaning personal for the rooms so an excellent job and are hard working sweet women. I'd like to thank Heather for always bringing me a tray to take my breakfast back to my room. She is so sweet! Thank you guys for a great stay!!!!

Check in went well even though their computer was down. Went to my room and it looked genuinely nice. Upon further inspection, there were many flaws. Someone had to come up to get the fridge working. The A/C did not seem to work correctly. Would not really come on to cool. Used the fan only to circulate air. I did not find this out till later in the day. On day two I received a wakeup call at around 10:00 to 11:00 PM from the front desk stating that he smelled weed coming from where my room was located and that if confirmed he would charge the amount for smoking in a room. I told him good luck because it was not me. He ended the call with a non-trusting sigh. I found out the next night that it was the room next to mine. My feeling was that they should have been asked to leave, not charge them the fine. The light/fan in the shower room stopped working. It may have been mold on the ceiling above the shower. The finish work on the floorboard was bad. Showed signs of deteriorating. The one thing that was great was the rain shower. Attention to detail and security would go a long way.

Checked in, everything fine. Left the room multiple times after check in. Food, visit friends, etc. nothing major good or bad about the room. Minus that my son noted it smelled like” old people” Checked out. Was charged $150 fee for smoke clean up. When I call Steven at the front desk said that no one left that room at all and the was smell of weed on the floor. Was told that that he knocked and tried to call the room. No one answered. By “process of elimination” Steven determined that weed was being smoked in the room. Nothing was said upon check out about what transpired or that the additional charge was been added. I asked for a receipt notes what was charged when I didn't receive it I called back and spoke again to Steven. Who then changed stories saying that the charge came because the following day housekeeping and himself smelled cigarette smoke upon checkout. When I questioned how a charge could be added with no actual evidence or proof of wrong doing and it only based off an opinion of someone entering the room 12-14 hours after the original smell of weed. And why the smell of weed then turned to the smell of cigarettes. Steve became very rude saying he was too busy to deal with this issue. When I then mentioned that I had documentation in the form of receipts and time stamps on driving gps that no one was in the room at the time of them smelling the initial weed smell. He promptly hung up. I will be escalating this to management and the corporate office. Stay away from this place, plenty of competition rate and places to stay in the area. DON'T choose this one!

Justin is terrible for the first impression! Cleanness is not satisfied. Missing shower curtain. Then are rate was increased without our knowledge. Towels dirty. Overall experience was very disappointed.

When I went to check in and found out they had no elevator so canceled and found a more more suitable place to stay. King suite was clean and super spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The room had double TVs - one of lounging on the bed and the other for the sofa. The bed was really comfortable with a selection of pillows - both hard and soft. The internet was fast and never glitched during the stay. Quiet at night both inside and out made for a restful sleep. In the morning I was delighted by a hot breakfast that featured house made green chili to spice up the eggs. I also appreciated that the breakfast was plated by a BW employee so as to limit the communal touch points among guests. Very attentive to food / helping requests. Highly recommend this affordable, clean and comfortable hotel with a delicious breakfast!

The entire experience at this hotel was fantastic! The shower heads are amazing! It was a massage every morning. Breakfast was very good and the room was a great size. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and very helpful. Check out was a breeze.

The rooms are consistently upgraded and kept spotlessly clean by their unbeatable staff. The location is superb for shopping and/or getting back on the road. So excited about the new renovations almost completed to the adjacent property.

Excellent stay! Staff creates a warm and welcoming environment which is evident the moment I walk walk through the front door. The rooms are decorated to the regional location and very well maintained!

The phone in my room did not work as well as the air. There was also no housekeeping. The room key didn't work and we had to keep getting new ones. I will never stay here again. I was very dissatisfied.

Booked through the BW app, so I was really leaning on their brand reputation to pull through. Spoiler alert, it did not. Staff was helpful and easy to work with, but the room was disgusting and generally run down. Mold on the ceiling above the shower, the piece of bacon behind the toilet being swarmed with ants, and the dirty floor were all indicators cleaning staff was slacking in their duties. They didn't have a different room available when we moved in, but the guy at the desk was nice enough to take care of the bacon/bugs and wipe the area down for us. The bed was uncomfortable, the AC unit wouldn't maintain room temp and cycled all night, and the shower head sprayed water across the bathroom. All minor inconveniences, but they added up. The water pressure was fantastic and they had nice hard water which was a plus. Did not get to try the breakfast or use the pool, but at a glance everything seemed satisfactory with those. We will be considering the other BWs or similar next time we visit as cleanliness is a huge factor for us.

Wonderful hotel in Colorado Springs. Room was nice and clean, the shower had excellent pressure with hot water. Breakfast was made by a very nice lady and was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Best Western for one night only !! We had scheduled to stay 5 nights. 1. Bathroom was so tiny. You could not set on the stool properly. You had to set on it sideways the towels from the shower hung over the seat on the stool. 2. The window would not lock and in fact was broken so badly all you had to do was push it in. Our room was bottom floor right next to the back entrance. 3. Absolutely very sketchy. Lots of homes less people all around us . Many abandoned buildings that were fenced off. 4. No elevator I went to talk to front desk about the issue. Took manager in to show her the room and her only reply to each issue was. “ ya “ to the stool and to the window “ yes we have a window in order for a while now. We are aware it is broken “ I said to her and you knew it would not lock. “ yes”. And you still put it in a room that was un safe ! She could care less. Never apologized or anything. She just walked out of the room and left. I am surprised that BW would put their name on anything like this ! We did however switch over to another BW in town and they said it is very common for people to cancel from that location. Just a warning. Save your time and energy !! Don't stay at this location !!

Location wasn't the best especially for the price. The rooms and bathroom were small compared to other Best Western hotels we've stayed at. The cleanliness of the hotel could be much better. Carpet had stains on it and the bathrooms needed a good rub down. Super cramped. BUT the staff was AMAZING!

Property area was very poor. It was hard to find and see because of broken down property and back roads to the property, interior was old, cleaning and cook staff do as well as can be expected but front desk wasn't very responsive or cheerful. I will pick another Name brand Hotel on next visit.

As others have said, this place is in a seedy neighborhood. We were actually afraid our car might be vandalized overnight (it was not thankfully). There was what seemed to be a derelict person out front of the next door gas station, also still abandoned buildings, glass chards in the road leading to it. No elevator. What was worst was that our room had a totally sticky disgusting carpet and floor — and fortunately we were accommodated to a different and larger room, however the front clerk said “oh hey i think that was the room that there was a leak in last week”. I wonder why if they knew that did they even put someone in there before properly cleaning it? I am a recent Best Western Rewards customer but this place gives me pause. ALthough tonight i am staying a BW Plus in Kearney NEbraska which is much better. THe front desk was nice enough but was kind of sloppy in appearance. Breakfast was fair to poor. The hot water for the tea was only lukewarm, and the eggs and bacon were being set out and covered with Saran Wrap, but by the time someone takes them presumably they are cold. I suppose it is COVID related, but why not serve people when they want it rather than having it set out and get cold?

The hotel is nice, but it does not have an elevator. Make sure you request 1st floor when making your reservations if you can't manage getting your bags up the stairs by yourself. The breakfast has potential but was hampered by a broken oven (fixed later in my stay) and availability of supplies. Location is a little inconvenient if you need to get back onto the interstate to get where you are going. Also, the entrance is between a Village Inn and Denny's both of which are under demolition. If you are looking for a decent, value priced hotel then this may work.

Hotel needs updating. 2 floors but no elevator so if you have a lot of stuff the haul your butt up the stairs. Key cards for the doors worked half the time. Sometimes you have to wiggle it or move it slowly and pray that you'll get in your room. Breakfast was ok, sparse, but I blame covid, until the last day when the milk served was basically cottage cheese. The smell woke me up. Internet was terrible, very slow and would stop working quite often. Whole place needs a good deep cleaning and updating. Will not stay there again

The front desk employee during checkin was rude with snarky remarks and rolling her eyes. This after I gave her a Best Western gift card I earned for a previous visit. I called BW and got specific instructions to present during checkin. The employee wouldn't even look at the printed email that had specific instructions on how to apply. She told me to use during checkout. A different front desk employee during checkout the next morning was bothered that she had to come off her smoke break to attend to me. I wouldn't have “bothered her” if the gift card was applied during checkin!

Old and dirty. The room assigned made your feet dirty if barefoot. Night staff extremely loud well past midnight, and didn't keep quite even after requests to keep it down. I won't be staying here again.

We stayed at the Best Western in Colorado Springs. First of all there is no elevator. You have to haul your luggage up stairs. After the first day we did not receive coffee or trash bags or towels or toilet paper. I asked for towels and was rudely told she could only give me two. I had to go out and buy a coffee pot and coffee and filters and cups and toilet paper. It's located by dilapidated buildings where homeless people stay. Breakfast was always 2 hours later than posted. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Best western in Colorado Springs. Do not stay there unless you want to go buy a coffee pot and coffee and filters. Also had to buy toilet paper. We had to go ask for towels everyday. Everything you would think are just basic necessities were not provided. Breakfast was always 2 hours late.

Hotel is in a difficult to access industrial location with no ambiance. Building was noisy with little or no sound-proofing between walls. Internet was spotty at best and I gave up on it. Continental breakfast was below average for a mid-range hotel with no patio seating option. I expected much more from a Best Western.

It is very unsafe for anyone to stay here. It is surrounded by drug addicts walking around the parking lot. The hotel is dirty and has bugs. The staff treats you as a criminal which is understandable as the surrounding area is a drug addict homeless camp. The hotel and rooms smell like marijuana and is very dirty.

The hotel was not in a very desirable area of town, closed and rundown buildings surround the hotel which makes safety questionable along with the many transient people in the area. Upon arrival, one of the beds had been apparently been used by a dog and black dog hair was all over the bedspread, and under the sheets, because the bed did not appear slept in, apparently the housekeeper did not see fit to change it, dog hair was on the other bed as well, assumably from the air circulation in the room. We were provided linens to change the bed ourselves. There was also a large spider in the room. Aside from that the room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was overpriced.

The bed was comfortable, but the room was a little tight. However, the shower was like standing under a waterfall, best we've ever experienced. For these times, the breakfast was very good, including bacon and eggs served by staff to us. Just be very attentive about directions to the hotel entrance; it's a little difficult to navigate off nearby street.

The place was okay. The exterior is messed up by having two abandoned buildings in front by the entrance, but it's located in a pretty okay place near chain stores and restaurants. The room was alright, and we definitely felt safe during our stay. The breakfast was pretty decent, offering bagels, egg, bacon, toast, yogurt, and cereal. The pool was in good shape and was very clean.

This hotel is so incredibly outdated. AC didn't work. Shower didn't work. All of this for over 200 a night? Ridiculous. The exterior is partly fenced/gated off, which gave it an abandoned look. From what I can tell, this fencing was not for renovations. There were no signs that renovations were being done or planned to be done. The rooms were not necessarily terrible, except for the issues above. The exterior and common areas were in poor shape. Parking was not great. Staff was above average friendly. No real issues there. My main issue was this might have been the second highest hotel rate I've paid in the past year, and the value was a one on the scale of 1-10. You expect a poor experience in a cheap hotel. But this is NOT a cheap hotel. Some of the newer Best Westerns are pleasant. This is not one of those. It's run down and things don't work.

This is an OK 2-Star hotel with nice-enough rooms, but sadly stranded behind a boarded-up Denny's and a fenced-off Village Inn restaurant. Two floors but no elevator, not enough parking, and key cards that work only sometimes. Still somehow charging Executive prices after being left behind by newer development on the other side of Lake Ave. Look over there to find better values with neighboring restaurants and shopping in a better area.

Hotel was fine other than being a bit outdated inside. The staff all smoked by the front door which made it uncomfortable to use the front door. The hotel was in a rough part of town, two bios info in front of it are abandoned and have lots of graffiti and homeless people. Fences around the hotel are broken as you can tell homeless go through them. When we checked out there were cops at the hotel telling people sleeping in their car they need to go.

The staff was very pleasant and very helpful allowed us a late checkout so as we could change clothes after my brother's funeral. Our only complaint was the air conditioner in the room was not working properly but we did not report it as it was the middle of the night before discovery. The area where this hotel is located is rundown but the facility was itself was great.

Me and my fiance chose this hotel based on the picrures not reading the reviews.. do not stay here! No one was at the front desk for 20 mins when we arrived and the area is very rundown and very sketchy!

Clean comfortable hotel. Good beds great breakfast. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast guys were great although they didn't have their preferred bacon they still had delicious bacon available. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would stay here again when I'm passing through Colorado of my next business trip

I don't like to post negative reviews, so I'll try to stick to the facts that contributed to our less-than-ideal stay at the Best Western Executive Inn & Suites in Colorado Springs (on Harrison Road). This hotel is not in a desirable location. It is difficult to get in and out of from the street. It is located behind two boarded-up former restaurants (as others have mentioned). It is right next to a downhill stretch of I-25 where large trucks frequently use loud compression braking. The white fence in the back of the property has razor wire on top of it. We were not allowed to check-in 15 minutes early (2:45PM) because a shift change was in progress. When we came back later, we were unable to request a room facing away from I-25. We were told all rooms were assigned at 8:00AM. Staff allowed us to inspect our assigned room before taking it, but it turned out to be louder at night than we experienced during check-in (our error). We looked into changing hotels for days two and three of our stay but we had booked well in advance and rates had gone up $100 per night in this area. So, we decided to tough it out. I would note that during our 3-day stay this hotel didn't appear to be more that 25% occupied, and a room change could have been offered up. We tried to apply three Best Western gift cards during check-in but were told we couldn't since there were no charges on our account yet. We were told to present the gift cards at check-out instead, which we did. At that time, we were told they should have been applied at check-in. It shortly became apparent that the front desk clerk on duty for our Saturday morning check-out was unfamiliar with gift cards since he/she pulled out the procedure manual and then had to make a phone call to a more senior person. Even that did not produce on-site results and they ended up taking a picture of our gift card numbers and asked us to leave our name, phone, and E-mail. At the time of this review, five days later, we have not received any contact and the gift card problem is still unresolved. On days two and three, both our access cards failed to open the outside doors or our room. On both days we had to walk around to the front of the hotel (in the dark) and have the front desk reprogram our cards. On both days the front desk staff told us to keep our cards away from phones and electronics (which we did). On the last day I asked, if the cards were not programmed for all three days would it cause this problem. and was told yes, it could. During check-out, while we were waiting for our gift cards to be handled, three other guests showed up to have their cards reprogrammed, so this problem was not unique to us. For all three of those guests (and us) the front desk clerks only asked for a room number and then promptly re-programmed the cards. One gentleman came back a second time because the first room number he gave the clerk was incorrect. No guest room/name checks or photo ID validations were witnessed, creating a big security problem. [editorial on] Have a key? Get into a room. [editorial off] There is no designated place to park a trailer at this hotel. All parking spaces are single length dead-end spaces. All access driveways are marked as Fire Lanes (no parking). We had a small U-Haul and because the hotel wasn't very full, we could park across five spaces in the rear, so it worked out OK for us for the one night. RVs or longer trailers would likely have nowhere to park at this hotel. To add insult to injury, on the last day when we left our garbage cans outside our room door to be emptied, someone left their garbage in one of our cans. Not staff's fault, but come on… So, now for our final opinions: This hotel appears to operating on a shoestring budget. I suspect they can “check the boxes” of a Best Western inspection, but that doesn't make for an enjoyable stay. Staff was more untrained/unknowledgeable than we are used to experiencing. And we ultimately left the hotel with an unresolved billing problem. My spouse commented that “Nothing seems to be their fault.” Polite? Yes. Competent? Nope. Friendly? Not to the point of being welcoming. Bottom line: Even if we were offered free nights to stay at this hotel, we would pay to stay elsewhere. Enough said.

Since our last visit, things have changed in the immediate neighborhood outside of the hotel. The Denny's that was just closed the last time has now been significantly vandalized, and the Village Inn that had been open is being converted into a pot dispensary. There was also a problem with the back door, which could not be opened with the room key, forcing most parking to the front of the building. Next time we stay in the area, it will be somewhere else. The room, service, and breakfast were all just fine, though.

This Best Western Hotel like all the previous comments stated it is a nice hotel, but in a very poor location and needs improvements. First I will say the staff are indeed very professional and friendly. One of them I forget her name kept opening the door for me each time I'd come bringing in our luggage when we first arrived. The location of the hotel is in a place that has two businesses that are being torn down and there are a lot of holes in the parking lot area. Also, the hotel room we stayed the beds were good, the shower was good, but the major issue we had was cleanliness was an issue. There was hair in the bath tub, and a lot of dust in the vents in the ceiling. Also, one other issue was that the mini fridge we had in our room was not working very well. And the power outlet was broken. And the AC machine wasn't working very well. Yet all in all we did have a good visit. Not sure if we would come back if we visited Colorado springs again. The free breakfast was good.

This set back from the road, yet right beside a freeway. The property is nestled between two defunct and nasty buildings that are out of business. So, you may encounter derelicts about the area. Rooms seem dated and the whole property needs an update. It used to be a great place to go, but it just looks shabby now. Maybe this BW should move. However, the saving grace was that it had a hot breakfast unlike most other BW's.

First, let me say the staff is very friendly. The room was large and clean. When we drove up to the hotel, my first thought was how can I cancel my reservation. It sits behind two closed restaurants, and in the shadow of a major highway. The exterior looks dirty. The room is dark even with all the lights on. The A/C blows cold air but it may be own 5 minutes and off for an hour.

Hotel on the outside is NOT what I was picturing and the way into the hotel had me wanting to cancel my reservation and go somewhere else. They sit behind a building that is empty and homeless people stay there, maybe 3. Not a lot, so I wasn't too worry at the end, but in the beginning I was. The overall stay was GOOD ! Breakfast was good, they had all little bit of everything. The room had some remodeling like the shower, the bed was comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator was a plus! But the 2nd and final night I noticed little ants (maybe sugar ants) coming from the bathroom, and I never seen where exactly they were coming from. That made me a little nervous, but it was our last night and I wasn't going to make a fuss about it, since we didn't get back to the room until 8pm and was leaving at 5am. . I would rate the hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars !

Good spot, affordable and clean. Has a hot tub and pool! Fitness center machines don't work though.. Not the best spot for breakfast but a grab and go bagel and coffee is available. approx 20 mins from Peterson/Carson Bases. Great food trucks near by.

Stay wasn't bad at all just would've liked to be forewarned that this hotel does NOT have an elevator and I would've definitely not stayed here as traveling with 2 yr old and small children and having several luggage's doesn't help trying to go up stairs.

Overall, I was satisfied with this trip cleaning staff was very attentive and flexible. All issues that arose were handled appropriately by the staff. Very special thanks to the cleaning staff for going above and beyond.

Outstanding property and staff in every respect, from reservation (called as we have a pet) to checkout. Outgoing friendly staff, pristine room, even a great breakfast despite COVID restrictions. We already made our next reservation when checking out!

When staying in town for business, I find it necessary to keep my hotel expenses down. This place is hands down the best of the mid-range hotels in the area. The staff puts forth great effort to make certain that I have a pleasurable stay each and every night. Considering the year of covid that we've all endured, I really have to give not only the staff but Best Western as a whole a lot of credit for making my stays away from home a pleasurable experience.

The room looked like it would of been cleaned but as i stood in the room longer noticed it wasnt as cleaned as i thought as i filled up the hot tub in room it made a blake ring around it which im glad i had my own sanitation cleaning wipes to clean it out for my own use but when i was in it noticed the things that make bubbels amd water come out had black stuff still in it

It was clean & quiet wanted a relaxing time out of apt tried the hot tub it was great breakfast in mornin quick check in at first had trouble with key but got it figured out quickly thank you best western

It was a little difficult to find the location in the dark, but it was well worth the attempt. It was a nice, quiet location, clean comfortable rooms, and a very nice Continental Breakfast awaited us.

Hotel had nice rooms and beds. The pool on the other hand had so much chlorine in it that it burned your eyes even if you didn't go under water. The breakfast burritos were also terrible. Not much choice for breakfast except beagles and cereal.

Pretty good. Not really any complaints about the room, although they only gave us one towel and the tv remote didn't work for our tv. The bed was comfy and the shower was nice! Breakfast could be better but we just went out to eat instead. Staff was nice. Definitely not a bad experience.

My husband and I stayed in an executive suite, it only cost a little more than a regular room, and had a huge jetted bathtub as well as a shower big enough for 6 people. Room and bathroom were mostly clean, we found hair in the shower..the microwave barely worked and the mini fridge worked too well, it froze everything on every shelf. It was nice how they were in the 'lounge/living area' of the suite. The toilet and sink portion of the bathroom is totally separate from the bathtub and shower which was nice, but confusing at night. The bed, night tables, and TWO air conditioners have their own portion of the suite. The continental breakfast was ok. Given the covid restrictions, everything is wrapped in plastic. Thankfully, I'm not gluten free or low carb, but if you were, you're selection would include hard cooked eggs, apples, and oranges. The other items included we're cereal, bagels, toast, instant oatmeal, and toaster waffles. Not very nutritional or balanced, but it got the job done. Coffee was terrible and tasted like mostly water. We will most definitely be revisiting this specific Best Western and hopefully, the same exact room, when we come back into town.

Second floor room had toilet flush issues and management struggled to find a plunger. It would not flush with just water, so keep the comments to yourselves . Management made us return to the front desk to give is a key for the room next door instead of bringing the keys up and opening the new room up. New room had no TV remote and had head set to 90 in the winter. Management brought the remote up... Showers are updated and the beds and devote were as well. TVs are small and climate control is not thermostat controlled on the wall, but at the window unit. Breakfast was meager but we were able to satisfy our hunger for the morning. Staff was friendly and seemed just a little unseasoned. Establishment up-charges at check-in for incidentals. Not exactly a big-boy policy. This is a typical 2 Star hotel.

Friendly staff, room was pretty clean. Only complaint was the outside door by our room, card reader was not working, told several staff members about it but was never fixed. It was inconvenient since we had our miniature pinscher with us and it was extremely cold and snowing, we had to carry them around to the front door because they couldn't walk very long in the snow and cold

Its a great hotel. Walking distance from food and shopping. Easy to find,right off the interstate. Minutes from the zoo and the world arena. Despite the covid-19 pandemic still had a great breakfast. An one of the only places with thepool still open

Wasn't bad for price front desk lady was weird and same with manager. Tub wasn't that clean, older flat-screen. Price for the nicer room i wouldn't mind staying for a quick getaway again room wasn't ready an hour after checkout in

This was an amazing hotel with great service. We had a great stay here. The room exceeded our expectations and the beds are so comfy. The amenities are fantastic. 10/10 would recommend and stay there again!

I was in a bit of a situation because of my main card being lost and as always best western made me feel like a VIP. Im pretty sure i would have slept in my truck that night otherwise. I always stay at best western and it pays off for sure. Thank you!

We stayed 2 nights at the Best Western in Colorado Springs. We were in room 109, which was a smallish room, with a king bed, TV, A/C, microwave, small fridge with no freezer compartment, a desk and chair, 1 comfy chair and footstool, an iron and ironing board and a small closet. The bathroom had a toilet and a shower. The sink was outside, in the hall. There were several minor problems - there was no remote for the TV, there was no luggage cart near the front door, and there were limited breakfast choices. As other reviewers have noted, it is a bit difficult to find, being behind some other buildings on a dead end road. I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again.

Sandy at the front desk was so helpful and sweet. Great stay. The room was nice, the staff were helpful. The hot tub was so relaxing. I have no complaints, just compliments. I hate that COVID has affected the breakfast.

just look at the nasty floors. No elevator and no warning. Heart patients with luggage must carry everything upstairs...nasty stairs. We disinfected everything. Horrible neighnorhood. Nothing about this is a suite. Executive suite...right...not in any language I know.

This hotel was located probably not in the best part of town. The area across it had more hotels and restaurants surrounding the Tinseltown USA movie theater. The hallway of the hotel smelled old and there was no elevator in the building. This sucked for us who had to haul our luggages through a flight of stairs to get to our 2nd floor room. Other than that, the hotel was not horrible. Room was spacious and clean. AC working great. Beddings were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Toiletries and coffee station was provided. Microwave, TV, middle-size refrigerator, iron and iron board, drying rack and hairdryer. No bottled water in the room. The shower had very good water pressure. Check-in and check-out was through the front desk. Guest laundry was located on the second floor and had two sets of washer/dryer. I didn't see public computers or a fitness center but the pool/jacuzzi was open. No hot breakfast but guests were welcome to get their breakfast items and eat in the dining lounge from 6:30am to 9:30am daily. You can make your own grab and go bag from a selection of bagels, egg patties, cereals, yogurt, fruits, oatmeal, bread, granola bars and juices. In the evening, foodtrucks were parked half-a-block away from the hotel so you can get dinner. Village Inn infront of the hotel was already out of business but Carl's Jr was a walking distance. For an short overnight stay, this hotel was okay. It was well-serviced, budget-friendly and many amenities available. However, I would recommend booking a room in the first floor if you have many heavy bags to carry.

Enjoyed our short stay. At first location seemed a sketchy location. But, hotel and room was fantastic. It was very clean and we felt safe with COVID. Had a small breakfast setup that we did not use. Good value and location(family camping at Cheyenne Mt.)

Stayed here for a few nights while visiting the sites in the area. Pros: Reasonable rates, rooms are clean (but dated), staff is friendly and it's a convenient location. Cons: Hotel hallways smell like weed. I mean, it REEKS. Absolutely disgusting. I know this is Colorado but this is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. Why aren't you enforcing this??? Breakfast sucks. No hot items. Covid or not, come on. Restaurants are open for dine in, why can't you bring the hot food back? There is NO reason for this except “safety theater.” Shady location: Yes, it's convenient but the hotel is hard to find. It's right off the highway but it's hidden behind an abandoned Denny's AND an abandoned Village inn. Broken down cars left on the frontage road. Not to mention, there's a homeless encampment right in the hotel's parking lot!!! I'm not joking. The rest of the surrounding area isn't shady at all - it's just this little pocket where this hotel is located. Would I stay here again? Nah, I'd chose somewhere else. It wasn't a terrible stay, just OK. I wouldn't have stayed here if I knew about the shadiness of the location that no one really seems to mention. Hopefully this helps someone else!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. It is close to a lot of the interesting spots to visit and places to eat. Breakfast was good enough with Covid-19 going on. Would visit again if I was going that way on vacation again.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. Called them to see what rate we could get and if any rooms left. They matched the price which we had in the beginning of June, which was $30 better than we could find online and it was also over the weekend while we had stayed during the week on our prior visit. The staff is one of the most friendly helpful staff we have ever ran into. Richard and Amy at the front desk were simply fantastic and Jessie and CC at the bar are fantastic and a joy to talk to. Very nice breakfast with plenty of different items and hot items plated for you. If you are staying in the area and want a clean, comfortable , friendly place give this place a shot. You won't be disappointed.

Besides it being hidden and practically empty of customers with no room service included... This place has no elevator so we had to haul all our things up the stairs. “Thankfully” the hotel manager (man) helped my mother and I with one (1) of the luggage with wheels we had... lol. He walked my mother to the room and helped her place her bags in the room. Once we were in; I latched the door lock & We then decided to stay in To watch movies. Three hours later we then hear someone trying to forcefully push open the door 2-3 times. We were terrified. My mom then yells “WHO IS IT?!” “O-oh Im the hotel manager. I'm sorry, I must've got the wrong room.” I don't understand how that happens. He himself walked us over to this room all the way in a corner of the hotel... I wonder; what would've happened if I didn't latch that door lock? We refused to continue to spend the night here. Thankfully Expedia let us cancel without a cancellation fee!

While this hotel is RIGHT off of I-25, it was surprisingly quiet. It was clean but older, so had the overall musty smell to it. However....if you are like me and have lots of hair, you hate most hotel showers. Either the shower head is always partially clogged, or the water pressure is just 'eh'. This hotel has a nice shower head, but being one of the larger shower heads, usually water pressure is too low to use them efficiently. Not here! OMG!!! A shower with GREAT water pressure! Even my co-worker, the first comment in the morning - What did you think of that shower!? My only complaint, and it isn't directly against the hotel, but the area. Apparently nearby there is either a CBD or marijuana processing warehouse. And, quite frankly, it reeked. The inside of the room wasn't too bad (mostly musty) but every time the AC/fan kicked in - you could smell it. If ANYONE complains about this, the city would be forced to do something about the warehouse and their lack of filtration systems.

I asked for an armless chair and they said they didn't have one. No freezer in the fridge. It would have been nice if the TV was on a swivel. The bathroom had peeling paint on the wall and it was way too small. The location was great, but area is a little sketchy. The room was clean. The beds were nice, but queen beds anywhere in the motel, only king and double. We did not take part in the free breakfast because we prefer a protein breakfast.

Everything about our stay at this particular location was just fine and acceptable with 2 exceptions. The area where this hotel is located is sketchy. We saw several people standing on street corners panhandling, some with open alcohol containers, hanging out nearby, close to the hotel. Secondly, I've never felt less appreciated as a guest/customer, as I did on the day my family and I checked out. The young lady at the front desk on 7/3/20, was not pleasant. Normally we are greeted with a friendly and enthusiastic employee wanting to know how are stay was and thanking us for choosing (insert hotel name here). Not this day. When I stated I was ready to check out, I laid my room keys on the counter and was met with a pointing finger to a basket on the counter and told to "put them over there". I was asked whether I needed a receipt, and I replied "yes". She handed it to me and I thanked her. Absolutely no response. No "you're welcome", "thanks for staying with us", nothing. It felt as if she didn't like us and wanted us to know it. While I won't let this experience prevent me from considering Best Western in the future, I will never stay at this particular location again.

This hotel had no working shower, sink was blocked, coffee was brown water; but staff was friendly. Area is not great. Someone found a needle in their room. There are plenty of hotels around that area at a similar rate so difficult to justify spending money on this one. Buyer beware.

Clean room at a good location.Bed was comfy and I slept like a baby. The property is Up to the Bestwestern standards.The location was perfect to our needs. I really enjoyed my stay. Will visit again on our next visit.

I would have gave it a 5 star if I was able to experience the pool and gym but I understand it was closed due to the COVID19. We had the suite and it was nice and spacious. Furniture was comfy and everything was clean. Didn't try out the grab and go breakfast. Employees was very nice.

I was in Colorado Springs due to my husband's illness and surgery. The Best Western upgraded me to a suite which was like a terrific moral boost for me at the end of a long day at the hospital. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was very quiet however few people were traveling due to Covid-19 restrictions. Warm breakfasts gave way to sack offerings. The staff remained very warm and understanding. I believe this hotel would be even better were it at capacity. Perhaps when this national emergency is over I will.

We needed a pair of connecting rooms and it worked out fine. The staff was excellent. The only negative is the hotel's proximity to the freeway - it's noisy if you're on the wrong side of the building.

good location, clean, friendly, needs some updating, breakfast was good, close to highway and restaurants, no issues during my stay. the best western peak view is a better option with a newer facility and also convenient to highway and restaurants.

Good clean hotel, relatively quiet, easy access off I25 close(15 minutes) to Garden of the Gods. Pool/hot tub in clean. Breakfast was fine as well only negative would be no elevators/lifts but we didn't require and they do have rooms on the main floor if you do.

The overall experience was really good. They had a big indoor pool and hot tub. The fitness center needs some work, couldn't get any of the machines to work properly and there is no elevator to get to the 2nd floor. This wasn't an issue for me personally but would be nice for people who can't use stairs easily. The beds were pretty small...a double bed seems to be a full size bed but other than that it is a very nice place, we will stay here again when we come back for business.

Clean, well managed hotel with a very courteous and attentive staff. Room was perfect and fully functional. Be aware, there is no elevator but hotel only has two floors. More visits to Colorado Springs planned and this property will be my go-to.

The staff here are amazing. They helped my daughter up the stairs with her 3 items of luggage and just were very helpful. The hotel is close to many restaurants and to shopping. Clean and we'll maintained.

Best hotel complimentary breakfast I've seen in years. This is close to I25, so very easy access. Complaints: computer for guests was down, so unable to print something. Treadmill worked one day but not the other day. Above average: Cleanliness of pool and hot tub area. Cleanliness and organization of breakfast area, can't say enough of how impressed I was.

The staff was polite and very helpful. Let us know about a discount at local restaurant by showing room key. The best shower (water pressure) of all the hotels we stayed at in the past few weeks. A welcome asset.

The staff is wonderful. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The shower is the best. The neighborhood is perfect with excellent bars and restaurants within walking distance. Great view of Pike's Peak.

Pros: The room has been updated which gave it a new feel. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and fresh. The price was quite reasonable and the breakfast was adequate although I have never been a fan of pre cooked, pre folded eggs. Cons: No elevator. We usually travel with two suitcases, two day bags and a cooler at a minimum. Carrying them up the stairs at age 72 is always an adventure. The desk guy seemed disinterested. Not unfriendly but more like bored and going through the motions. The place is a little tricky to get to at first if you don't follow the sign through the village inn parking lot. Overall: would i stay there again, yes. Would i ask for a ground floor room, definitely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is beautiful, clean, and the staff are without exception pleasant and helpful. The lobby is beautifully appointed with big windows and lots of light. A unique ice water dispenser with freshly sliced oranges infusing the water is available in the lobby. Cookies offered on checkin! Stunning photographs of Colorado decorate the walls and rooms instead of "cookie cutter" hotel art. The breakfast offered exceeded expectations-variety of juices, scrambled eggs, really flaky biscuits with sausage gravy, make-your-own pancakes with syrup and thickened strawberries and whip cream, freshly made oatmeal with toppings, a yogurt dispensers with toppings for parfaits, fresh fruit (including melons), breads and sweetbreads, cereals and a variety of milk-including soy milk. Breakfast area is large and clean with lots of windows to let in the light. The pool and hot tub area was clean, the water perfect, and plenty of towels available. The hours of use very generous. The rooms are a great size, the beds and pillows comfortable. The west side of the hotel faces Pikes Peak and the Rocky Mountains and the windows have a padded window seat to relax and enjoy the view. The bedrooms have refrigerators, keurig machine with Starbucks pods, and microwaves. The bathrooms feature and square, rain shower head with fantastic water pressure. The location is great with close proximity to I-25, as well as restaurants and shopping. Garden of the Gods is only about 15 min away with lots of gorgeous hiking. We found our stay to be quiet and relaxing-the HVAC units have a constant fan setting for ambient noise if needed.

Best Western like it should: no frills and reliable... located just of the Interstate 25 Staff seems more than just fine, free newspapers, no elevator, snack section, small indoor pool, local flavour.

Great price, great location,just a few min from some of the major attractions in the area,friendly staff and awesome hot breakfast with a variety of options, wait staff kept the food well stacked especially the bacon! The green hatch chili salsa was excellent! Will be returning when we take another family outing in Colorado Springs. Highly recommend this hotel.

The pool and hot tub were very dirty though. and no Fans! The woman at the counter looked at us like we lost our mind when asked for one. But then said she needs the same to sleep. Breakfast starts SO LATE!! Got there at 6am and she was barely set up. Apparently its no until 6:30 which is too late. ( although she was super nice and let me get some cereal )

This hotel was pretty decent. It was clean, bed was fairly comfortable but being a King room, it seemed a bit cramped. The bathroom setup does not allow much room for anything. Toilet is very tight. Sit on the pot & the t-paper is at shoulder/elbow. Bothered my husband & he is normal weight. A large person would have a lot of trouble. The shower was great though, full power & lots of water! The sink area has very little room for products. The breakfast was very good on Sat, bacon, cheese omelet & delicious green chili with pork as well as other items. We would stay there again but maybe get the king suite next time.

WE stayed here on our way to Texas It is right off the freeway and the customer service was great! I forgot his name but we checked in on 11/1 around 9PM and he has excellent customer skills!! The breakfast in the AM was fantastic!!

Very polite and understanding when booked a late night reservation was planning on driving back to Fort Collins but was just to warn out the staff was very nice and offered a late check out when I had a horrible migraine that next morning. I will defiantly come back to this best western location when I'm back in the area.

We just spent an excellent long weekend at this superb motel. The amenities were superb, the location is outstanding, the price/value was quite good, and the people/staff were outstanding. A very enjoyable conference!

You can save a lot by staying at the south end of Colorado Springs. The hotel was well-maintained and housekeeping was great. Not super-easy to get back on the freeway, but a quick loop on local streets can get you going. Fairly close to the old town area. Decent selection of restaurants in the area.

Great Staff---Theresa, Melissa, & Jamal were so pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was very nice, something for everyone. Happy we had first floor rooms....there are no elevators. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool and pool area was very clean !!! Hotel was close to everything...Shopping, restaurants, Expressways, and attractions.

Special thanks to the great staff: Teresa, Mateo, Josh, Fulya, and everyone else that made our stay so great. Really good breakfast included. Plain, clean accommodations. Everything working. Good business amenities in lobby. Very pleasant.

The room was nice and clean smelling. Many places use air freshners that are overly floral and make me ill. There's was just clean smelling. We were upgraded without our knowlegde. It was a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated. And yes we were only charged for my original quote. The only thing was location. It is right off a main intersection and main road with a median. If you didn't know where to turn it was easy to miss. Which we did, There's a lot of road construction as well. We came in during high traffic so we had a bit of a time getting turned back to an open road. Also only one entrance to drive into the property.

A quick note to thank this amazing staff. We had several special needs that were met with respect and grace. The hotel itself was cozy and comfortable and the breakfast was AMAZING! This is a hidden treasure in the Colorado Springs area.

Sandy on the front desk is Super Great to work with. Customer Service skills awesome. Had two very minor "problems" and Sandy addressed both of them in a timely manner exceeding my expectations. She is a tremendous asset - friendly, courteous, efficient!

We arrived a little late and not only did we receive the first floor room we had requested but were upgraded to a suite. They know how to treat their Diamond reward members! The suite was huge and had 2 TV's. Bathroom was huge. The furniture was upscale ( marble topped ) and appeared new and clean. The bed was comfortable. We didn't hear any noise from the interstate. We did have a room with a connecting door and we could hear that room's TV until they turned it off. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel. Bacon was excellent. There was also hash brown patties. Only complaint was that we had a lot of difficulty with our key cards. It took about half a dozen tries for either of them to work and when we went back to the room after breakfast they wouldn't work at all and we had to get them rescanned. Just as we were leaving, the fire alarm went off. I've had this happen to me once before ( unfortunately in the middle of the night ). All I can say is thankfully we were all ready to go. If we had been eating breakfast or still getting ready I don't know what we would have done as we would have been VERY behind schedule all day. The alarm was absolutely deafening!!!!

Me and my fiance stayed here for the last 2 nights and it was honestly one of the best stays we've had in a hotel. The room was very clean!! The pool and hot tub were clean and we had them to ourselves both times we went down there. The breakfast was decent for a hotel breakfast. The best part is the rain shower head! I would stay again just for that! We recommend this hotel and we will be back! I'm going back to missouri tonight and I earned a free night at any Best Western and I hope to have as good of an experience at one there as I did at this one. I would rate it over 5 if I could!

Nice large room with 2 televisions. Bath and bed both seemed clean. Double pane window older and had condensation between panes. Wall unit ac not easy to keep at comfortable temp and noisy fan . Refrigerator and microwave in room.

My husband and I were in CO for a family wedding. We decided to stay a few days and see some sights. Our last night in the area we wanted to be fairly close to the DIA so we stayed in Colorado Springs. This was a very nice King suite for the price. Had paid more for a room in Estes Park that was about 1/4 of the size of this room. Always nice to have hot breakfast included. The room was clean and looked recently updated. The only negative was the wall air conditioner was noisy when it turned on and off. I opted to leave it on constantly, but the temp was hard to control

Room was ok, but in the middle of night the ac stopped, so room got warm, and then when we were packing up it finally kicked on.only 1/2 roll of tp in room and the towels we barely enough. Otherwise desk clerks were friendly and helpful, room was clean and decent

room was very clean. We called 5 hours prior to getting there and front desk very helpful finding us a good room. The breakfast area was clean and had lots of variety. I was nervous about noise but it was quiet. Bed was comfortable, room at a comfortable temperature. Location convenient to Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff friendly and kind! Complimentary tea was a plus! It wasn't very close to shops or vegan friendly restaurants, so I would suggest that you bring food with you, if you are vegetarian or vegan.

The bathroom door would not completely close and this made for an uncomfortable situation for three people. Also the a/c would not stay on had to keep getting up to turn it back on. The auto portion of the a/c did not work. Needless to say it was more than warm in the room trying to sleep. I don't think the room was worth the $181 a night!

Best Western can't be beat for service and quality. I have been a member for several years now and it seems, Best Western just keeps getting better. I compared prices all along my trip and Best Western couldn't be beat.

Best western is trying to elevate their game with plus and executive chains...but they try and they dont succeed. This is the type of place u stay when holiday inn express is sold out and u dont want a motel 6. It was clean...the bed was ok...,breakfast definitely a step down from express level hotels...oh and no elevator...pool and hot tub are ok.

We booked via Priceline so the cost was just $99/night. The stay was great! Free breakfast in the morning was timed appropriately and offered many choices. The location was close to the highway and there are many amenities at the exit. We drove 10-15 to Old Colorado City and/or Manitou Springs to do touristy things.

This is a very nice clean property. The staff is very nice. Rooms were not big but adequate. Close to I25 for easy in and out of town. Restaurants close. Had everything needed for a nice clean stay! Would recommend and stay again

Enjoyed my stay. Had a good time, fee wifi, decent breakfast and laid back atmosphere. Night time desk clerk was very pleasant. The one thing that did happen to end the trip unpleasant was the morning clerk, seemed like he couldnt get rid of us fast enough.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean, but small. Very stingy with towels. Had king bed for 2 people with 4 small regular pillows. Asked front desk for extra pillows and they reacted as if no one had ever asked for pillows before. Stated they don't have extra. When I asked why, the night attendant stated "I only work here, I don't order supplies." I asked for the manager. He said he was the acting manager. I had to buy pillows from Wal-mart to be able to sleep comfortably.

Spacious suite; comfortable beds; clean and quiet; many breakfast options including omelettes made fresh. Good location for access to Victor and Cripple Creek. Helpful staff. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Wish we had time to stay here more than one night, our room was so comfortable! The pool & hot tub looked very inviting but didn't have time to enjoy either. Maybe we will get back here again sometime. Zane was working the front desk when we checked in, he has wonderful customer service skills! Ethan was working the next morning when we checked out, he super and even laughed at my husband's attempt to make a joke. This Best Western offers a generous variety of both hot and cold foods for breakfast. One thing to keep in mind when you stay here is that there is NO ELEVATOR. That was not a problem for us so Zane upgraded us to a super nice king suite!

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. Room layout, condition of the room, available snack items, friendliness of the staff. Everyone and everything was amazing. Breakfast also felt quite. A step beyond expectations, great choices, staff constantly attending to the food to help everyone and ensure it was fresh. Way above and beyond, thank you!

As I was checking in I noticed that there is not an elevator, and I already knew that my room was on the second floor. I was not looking forward to schlepping all my stuff up stairs, but that's the breaks, I guess. But the man at the counter immediately took it upon himself to change me to a first floor room. I really appreciated it. One of the common drawbacks to staying in hotels is that the lighting is usually quite dim. I was VERY pleasantly surprised at the excellent lighting in the room. I also noted that the water pressure in the shower was great. This was a very good experience.

Great location. Best breakfast of any BW I have stay at. Wireless access was weak though. A/C is loud, but it was extraordinarily hot all over Colorado this past week. Would recommend for families. Close to restaurants.

Nice Hotel, Quiet area even though near the highway. Great Evening Staff, Hot tub was relaxing. Good breakfast - lots of variety, wonderful morning breakfast staff - Mariah was great! Lots of parking available with good lighting in parking lot.

Stayed here for three nights. Night one: first room - the carpeting in the room around the bed was wet and the AC did not work correctly. We brought these items to the manager's attention the next day and we were moved to a different room. Night two: second room - the AC did not work correctly and we had to keep it on all night instead being able to turn it to fan only. One of the lamps by the bed did not work at all. We reported these items to the manager. After we were out for the day, the lamp was replaced and the AC had been somewhat adjusted. Night three - When we got to our room we found that there were lamp pieces left in the room and that the maid did not finish setting up and cleaning the room. The AC still did not work correctly even though it had been adjusted. Zane at the front desk was very helpful. Fulya Johnson, the General Manager, did her best to take care of us. However, the property is in need of maintenance and remodeling. Fulya did reduce our bill for our inconvenience.

I have to start by saying that the initial appearance of the BW is disheartening. A little tough to locate coming off the highway and then stuck in behind an out-of-business fast food restaurant and an almost-out-of-business restaurant. Our initial impression was that the hotel would be run down, seedy, and maybe a mistake. But, nope :-). It was fine. Front desk staff is good - thanks, Mike, for being brave enough to have a sense of humor - parking adequate, breakfast very good. The breakfast staff - mentioned here more than once - is worthy of an additional mention. Super friendly and welcoming. really above and beyond. The location was also very good. Close to the interstate and, once mastered, easy to get to. A solid choice.

I was really Impressed with the level of professionalism displayed by all the staff members everyone did an outstanding job my room was clean and operational and very comfortable, the breakfast in the morning was amazing I was pleasantly surprise at what all was available!! I will definitely stay here again when I'm in town Thank you for a great stay

Not only did Fulya Johnson move her vehicle so that we could park our bikes under the veranda for the evening, but she personally came back inside to check our group (Despite the fact she was on her way home for the evening) to ensure we received the complimentary upgrade due to status.

Stayed three nights. Room was spacious and very clean. Will stay here again when visiting Colorado Springs. Breakfast area has ample seating and the staff were helpful and pleasant. Best Western has never disappointed us.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, very clean facilities, convenient location near restaurants and shops and near the interstate. Would give A+. Pool is very nice, nice lounge area, fresh baked cookies, and very refreshing water in lobby with orange slices.

We stayed on the first floor (no elevators on this property) which was great because we had two little kids. The front desk clerk was so accommodating and friendly. ALL of the staff had smiles. We used the pool and it was the perfect temperature and the hot tub was great!

Outstand, outstanding people. Great location for the airport and interstate. Restaurants close by. Great breakfast selection. Always clean and well maintained. Always stay at this hotel going into and leaving Colorado.

great place to stay was there for 3 nights and had no problem, room was very clean and people working here were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, room service did a great job and front desk people were great.

Really enjoyed our stay. Best part was the snow, unexpected storm left a few inches of snow. Room was very nice, enjoyed the area. Saw some of the best seanery dispite the snow. the Garden of the Gods was very beautiful,really liked the cliff dewlings.

The room was clean and quiet despite the proximity to the interstate. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was on the small side, especially the sink area but everything worked perfectly fine. We might have stayed here for the second night of our trip but would have had to move upstairs and there's no elevator.

What a nice hotel. I wasn't sure what I would get when I selected this Best Western, but I was pleasantly surprised! The receptionists were both extremely nice during both check-in and check-out! I even got a delicious chocolate chip cookie!! My room was a little on the small side, but I can't really complain...just used to a bit more space. The furniture was nice, the shower was spacious! The only thing was that the room was a tiny bit dated, but that's not a complaint, just an observation. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would book again!

The location was not too far off the highway, so very convenient although it was confusing to get to the parking lot. The staff was very helpful, attentive and even gave a great recommendation at a nearby restaurant. What a fantastic and hot breakfast; lots of choices and delicious! The hotel & rooms were clean although you could hear through the walls pretty easily. I'm a light sleeper and was awakened in the middle of the night by someone playing loud music a few rooms down. Also, my husband and I kept getting in each others way as the room was a bit tight (and we're both thin!) Overall, I was satisfied and would consider staying at this hotel again.

The room was nice; and enjoyed seeing my daughter. Breakfast was good also. Bathroom could havebeen larger, didnt necessary like the sink on the outside. Overall, the room wad was nice, good area, enough accommodations in the area

When I travel I prefer somewhere with a nice pool and hot tub to help me relax and this place had just what I liked. They also have good coffee and a decent breakfast too. I plan on staying here the next time I'm in town, the price was reasonable too.

This hotel is located behind some restaurants. The sign to go in is very small and not very informative. Staff is very friendly. Located close to the world arena. Small breakfast area but great breakfast. I was with 3 children and we were bumping into each other in the room. Although clean and nice, very small. Highway noise can be heard all night.

Front desk clerk waa very friendly and helpful. Love the area. Lots of places to eat and lots of activities close by. Rooms are nice and clean. Next to a highway so if you are a light sleeper ask to stay on opposite side of building.

The customer service starts at the front door and continues on during the stay. Great beds and excellent breakfast. The continental breakfast was one of the best and cleanest I've seen in awhile. Check out was convenient and easy.

This place blew my expectations away. I arrive late night after working and Drew makes every effort to ensure I get the best bang for buck and even explains early check in which no one has offered it to me before. Drew loaned me a phone charger and made sure I had all the sundries I needed. Drew was super helpful. The breakfast girls. Mariah is an absolute treasure and if she wasn't there I'm sure the breakfast wouldn't be what it is there, which is amazing. They are so courteous and ensured everyone enjoyed it, and wanted for nothing. Susan was as sweet as pie, her smile infectious. Mike is the desk guy that worked the day shift and made sure that I enjoyed my stay, and had ample time to check out. Even with me coming down late after check out it wasn't even mentioned and I know it was as if it didn't happen. I will be staying here again. I'm certain. Hot tub was hot. Pool was cool, all enclosed and locked with key pads on all doors entering property. This place is best bang for buck you can spend.

We have stayed here now 4 times staying on average 5 nights. They're breakfast is very good, not just pastries. They change it up daily and have green chili that my husband loves. The pool and hot tub has also been used every time we're here. My granddaughter loves it. The location is perfect for us because it's maybe 1.5 miles from my son's house. It's also always been quiet for when we're need rest. We'll be back in the summer.

The only issue I had was the bathroom size. But overall my stay was great with my husband and our two year old. The sheets were clean. Housekeeping was great and the breakfast was great as well. I have no complaints.

Just off the highway, so easy to overlook. Good value and friendly staff. A well positioned place to stay if going to the World Arena , and, actually not too far from the Broadmoor, so it makes it an even better deal!

The best thing about this Best Western was it's friendly staff and variety at breakfast time. I gave it an average instead of a very good or excellent because the bed was kind of hard which made for a few sleepless nights, I could hear people talking in the room beside me, and there was no elevator to get to the second floor.

Stayed for business. Was in a suite with more than enough room. Hotel was clean and quiet, and convenient to the highway. Breakfast was good. Near a few restaurants and other amenities. Would stay here again if I ever go back to Colorado Springs.

This hotel was in a very good location and easy to access from the highway. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wasn't able to use the fitness center and pool but they looked to be very well maintained.

Great location when We visit our Grandson. They have a pool and offer a great breakfast. They are located across from restaurants, Tinseltown- a large movie theater and located close to the Broadmoor World Arena and Cheyenne Mountain zoo.The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Ive stayed at this property number ous times and it has always met my needs. The rooms are spacious and the furniture comfortable. The bathrooms are big and clean. It is close to the freeway. The breakfast is ok, but the staff and service is excellent. This time I had the jacuzzi suite which was nice to soak in after a long day at work.

Bacon! Hot tub! What else could one want? I had one of the rooms closest to I-25, and I slept fine - I couldn't hear the highway over the quiet white noise of the room fan. I was taking a major exam the next day, and I slept fine. The room was clean, had everything I needed, and didn't freeze my food in the fridge. I loved the shower head - wide, distributed stream, good water pressure. Super comfy pillows. The staff were great, very helpful explaining where things were. I had to leave my bag at the desk to take my exam on check-out day, and they were friendly and checked name and ID, so I felt it was secure. I would definitely stay again.

Front desk staff very friendly. No issues there at all. Room was a bit shabby. Fridge never got very cold even on lowest setting. Shower head was terrible. Flopped around and made showering a bothersome event. Ac unit made wild noises all night long. Sounded like it was gonna come out of the wall at times. I was there 10 hours so none of this ruined my trip but could be bothersome for others.

The toaster in the dinner was perhaps the best hotel toaster I have ever used. Now if you are like me, you have not even tried to toast anything away from hotel in years. Well their toaster was great. (A little humor, but also a bit serious) Breakfast food was tasty, warm if it should be warm, and cool if it should be cool. Staff was attentive, tables were clean. In the rooms, housekeeping was great, water in the shower was hot within seconds. Better than at home. Jacuzzi was clean and at the appropriate temperature. Excellent value for the money. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Richfield is a ways from the beaten path but the drive east from I-15 on I-70 has a marvelous display of Mother Nature. The Best Western is right off the freeway. The room and beds are comfortable, fairly BW standard. The fitness room is accessed from the outside. Breakfast room is small. The food was typical but we had to reheat the eggs and sausage in the kitchen microwave. Wasn't a deal breaker, just an inconvenience. We'd stay there again. A few minor items that we were used to at other BW hotels was the reason for only 4 stars.

I checked in and although a Platinum member of BW hotels felt like I was in a lower end chain. The worst BW ive ever experienced. Noisy location next to freeway behind a defunct diner. No gluten free breads or cereals on the breakfast buffet despite a sign claiming there were options. Fruit cup with 3 pieces of fruit and 1 grape. Low quality coffee and carpets throughout ready for replacement. Stains on my room carpet and very noisy being on the freeway side. I was told banger this was an upgrade. From what the janitor's closet? I upon checkout I asked the woman if my reward card had been applied before she ran my card. She had not and the whole thing had to be rerun all while she is trying to tell me rack rate is higher than my price. I reserved off BW site so I don't make up the prices. Do yourself a favor and pick another hotel in the Springs if you want a quiet nights sleep and a healthy breakfast. I answered a survey from the hotel and manager but anything but apologetic.

The hotel was so quiet we honestly thought we were the only people there until the next morning when the breakfast area was full of people. Speaking of breakfast, it was excellent, best we have had at a hotel, it included green chili! The room was clean, the staff was very welcoming and the bed was awesome.

Very reasonably priced with good amenities. Our room was spacious, and my in-laws' room was even bigger. (This was a necessity since my father-in-law needs a scooter to get around, and thus a place to park it. Stairs only mean mobility-impaired guests MUST ask for a first-floor room.) The breakfast buffet rotates, so there's a little variety between days (the chili was especially welcome). Had some minor problems with the faucet in our room leaking, but overall a good experience. Would come back again.

My wife and I spent a night at the Best Western Executive Inn while in Colorado Springs and it was excellent. The room was very clean with all the amenities as they should be. Wi-Fi was very good, the bed slept extremely well and the breakfast was very good with a wide array of hot and cold breakfast choices. The evening of our stay freshly made chocolate chip cookies were served as we'll, yummy! Will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Colorado Springs!

Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The front desk was excellent, helping out and handling any special requests we had. The breakfast was well prepared, and varied slighly each day of our stay.

This hotel has to be one of the best hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. They catered to our every need. And they were always well mannered and polite. The coffee and the breakfast every morning was excellent. If you ever need a place to stay this is the place to go!

Stayed 3 nights while attending a Pickleball tournament at Monument Park. It is a Clean comfortable motel with a friendly staff. It is Close to restaurants and convenient, just off the I25. Would stay here again.

This is a really nice hotel. It is Very clean which is my number one requirement. Good parking and location. Although I like cereal, Breakfast is more than just cereal. It has several hot choices. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice room with exceptionally comfortable hotel beds. Also probably the best breakfast we've ever had as a hotel freebie! Only drawback was no elevator but front desk willingly offered to carry our suitcase up. Will stay again.

Staff very friendly, Rooms always clean and pleasure to stay in. Having to make an emergency trip back here to the Springs we decided to stay here again and where very glad we did. The Staff all remembered us from or pervious stay 6 months ago. Which was every nice. Breakfast great also, food always hot and refilled before it ran out. Ladies working breakfast area always had a ready smile and happy greeting for everyone. Helping to make your day brighter. Will definitely stay here again !!!

We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the well cared for room! The staff there were wonderful and everything was clean and efficient. The hotel seemed new and we had everything we expected. We ate at the restaurant there and were pleased with the large selection of good food. Breakfast was delicious too. My favorite was the green chili sauce!

We have stayed in other hotels in Colorado Springs and the Best Western by far is amazing. The pool was awesome despite the loud echoing and the morning breakfast was an actual breakfast that tasted fantastic! I definitely recommend it.

Convenient comfortable place to stay. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff with help giving directions to where I wanted to go. Have stayed here three times in the last four months. I would stay again if need be

I stayed here 30 days for business. Besides the location It was not bad. The rooms were average and clean. My biggest problem that I encountered was the room keys. The keys kept getting deactivated no matter where I kept them. I personally think that it was the system problem and not a key problem after the first 5 days.

The room was small, but very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Free breakfast was good and servers were outstanding. Close to most tourist attractions including the U.S. Olympic training center..

We were on vacation in Colorado Springs and chose this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews. The staff is fantastic, prices are reasonable, breakfast is very good. The quoted prices were better than we could obtain via AAA. A booking error (on our part) was resolved better than we expected. The location is very close to major streets and highway; I recommend asking for a room away from the highway. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to be in Colorado Springs.

Quiet Hotel close to local attractions. This hotel is just minutes away from must see attractions such as the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Pikes Peak, Seven Falls, Manitou Incline, Cliff dwellings and the Cave of the Winds.

After hiking Pikes Peak we needed a hotel with comfortable beds and good showers. This hotel was great! The rooms are very clean with very comfortable beds, a great breakfast but the showers were the difference maker. Awesome showers! Big shower heads with plenty of hot water...in a 2 night stay I took like 7 showers! Awesome! Bother the wife and I loved it as well as my sis/bro in laws. I didn't take advantage of the other amenities but I'm sure they are excellent. The front desk employees were also great! Helped me jump start my truck after alternator/battery unexpectedly died!

We arrived and everything in the room was great, good bed, great shower. The next morning we had a lovely breakfast--provided by Best Western and went to the zoo. That afternoon a terrible hail storm rolled in----the size of baseballs! Our truck was a total loss, it has been heart breaking. But the staff and manager have been wonderful---especially Terrence, Melissa, Mike and Mateo....all have gone out of their way to be helpful. Also---Village Inn right in front of the Best Western have been friendly and sympathetic to our situation.

This is a new part of town, and this hotel can't be very old. Service was fine with a decent breakfast. Pool was a bit small, but adequate for our 11 and 9 year old, but fills up quickly. There is a Kum & Go down the street and a Waffle House and IHOP. Otherwise you'll need to drive. Garden of the Gods was maybe 15 minutes as was a Safeway. There did sound like there was a herd of elephants above us. They quieted down around 10:30pm and started back up at 5:30am. There were a few sports teams staying at the same time so perhaps they were the cause, but it made for a short night of sleep after a long day of travel.

It was a great stay. The service was excellent. I appreciate the cleaniness of the room. I was greeted with a smile.the bed was very comfortable. The sheets were clean. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends

This hotel is a little tough to rate. The staff was more than excellent, especially the morning breakfast staff. They were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and so was the common area. No elevator though. Some trouble with the fitness room too - faulty equipment and hot. Lots of trouble with wifi. It's located in perfect proximity to several activities in and around Colorado Springs but too close to the interstate and the neighborhood seemed a little concerning. Yet we had no problems. All in all our visit went well but I probably would not return.

This hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping center and restaurants. The breakfast and service is great. I will be staying there next time I travel through the area. I had a clean room and the daily service was excellent. The hotel is clean was clean in the hotel and around the parking lot. I have stayed at other hotels and this one is the best. They also offer internet and express checkout. I am recommending this hotel to my family and friends.

The hotel is a little off the path in the back of a less than desired area but actually the stay was fine. Make sure you get on first floor no elevator ?? The breakfast area is small but the food was fine. The beds are comfortable but not sure I would stay again due to loncation. The staff was very nice ??

Due to its location you could hear traffic. You might ask about your room location. So consider this if you are a light sleeper. We were fine with it. The room was fine, comfy bed. The front staff was helpful. Shopping center near by.

We stayed one night on our way through Colorado Springs. When I asked to be moved to a room where we could see the parking lot they were quick to make it happen and at no extra charge. Nice breakfast and room was very comfortable. Bathroom was a little dated but worked. Would stay here again.

Our room was adjacent to the laundry room that was noisy from 9a - 5pm. We were prepared for this on check-in, so tolerated it. What we did not expect was the noisy soccer teams yelling and slamming doors on the other side of us from 7:30-10pm the first four nights. We spoke with the girls, their moms, and hotel staff with little results.

This hotel is nice and clean. Has a nice pool & hot tub. Interstate side is noisy so try and get a room on the opposite side. Was great to be able to do a load of laundry while traveling as well. Coffee is really good to!

My wife and I stayed for a night while my son was in town for a lacrosse tournament. When check-in at about 6:00 pm and the had warm cookies and lemon-lime and orange flavored waters available in the lobby as a nice refresher. Both were delicious. We were checked-in quickly to a room on the 2nd floor. We were also told there was no elevator on-site and received a very nice offer to have our bags carried up to our room! We declined, but a very nice gesture indeed. Our room (222) was very clean and rather large. There was a king bed, a decent lounge chair with ottoman and a standard desk. Also, our room as a large LCD TV and a mini-fridge, as well. The next morning we tried the included breakfast. They offered Green Chili (local favorite), sausage, pancakes, eggs, etc. Also has some very tasty pastries. It was all very good. There's some decent shopping in the area and restaurants, too. We would definitely stay again.

Nice motel, a bit further south than I would have liked. Clean and comfortable. A Village Inn restaurant is nearby with good comfort food. Room was very quiet and we received good service from everyone.

we arrived about 1 hour before check in time, but the rooms were not ready yet (according to the staff at the desk, it was a fully booked evening the night before, so it was taking awhile to clean). since we were headed to great sand dunes national park and wouldn't be back until after 11pm, we weren't able to check in until late at night when we got in. thankfully the staff went ahead and put it into the system that we would be arriving late (so they wouldn't assume we were forfeiting). the room was great (though freezing cold when we walked in!) and everything else in the room was fine. those blackout shades were amazing - when i woke up, i thought it was still late night even though it was already 9am! satisfied with our stay and would stay or recommend again.

Spent three days here for business. The carpet and doors appear to be an original 80s - wall are thin too. Rates are reasonable and the breakfast spread is really good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and property were clean. One negative is that you can hear the freeway if you have a room on that side. The reason I rated a three was because there wasn't anything special and nothing bad - just very vanilla.

We recently stayed for 3 nights. Very friendly staff, good sized, clean room, comfy bed. One of the best breakfast selections I've had at a hotel. My only complaint were the bathrooms. Way too small! And maybe it was just our room but the shower was loud and annoying- it soundsed like I was standing in some large machinery. But overall it was a nice stay.

Best Western is the place to stay! Always reasonably prices and services are excellent. Very Comfortable stay!!! Room very spacious, clean and updated room, awesome breakfast and service from all employees was outstanding.

Stayed here for a week. It was a like coming home each night. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and great to talk to. The breakfast was very good. Having coffee available 24 hours a day was also very nice. If I travel to Colorado Springs again, I will stay here for sure.

Overall stay was great. Beds were comfy,pool area beautiful and clean, breakfast was good and staff very nice. Only complaint was the bathroom in my room was surprisingly tiny - I had to stand to one side of the toilet to open or close the door. I was wondering if I was given the small bathroom because I was there on rewards points?

There has clearly been a lot of work done to this property and the work continues. The indoor pool area is nice and the fitness center is decent. The morning breakfast however is fantastic and the lady who runs the breakfast is constantly checking to make sure everything is presentable, clean and properly prepped.

Rooms are tiny and there are no sofa beds in double rooms. We were upgraded to deluxe double, which had a little more room. Mike at the front desk was very accommodating. Breakfast had a good array of options.

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a trip around Colorado and couldn't fault the hotel, from the minute we arrived they made us feel welcome and couldn't do enough to help!! Breakfast had a good selection and our room was clean, big and had all we needed. Canon city as a whole was just what we expected from a small town, friendly enough and some bits to do, at night it does slow down a lot with not much to do but after fun packed day we didn't mind! Royal gorge - was so much fun and the must see! You'll Spend a good couple of hours here and there are some fun add on's (husband loved the zip line) Royal gorge railway: this was my highlight! Paid extra for lunch, wine/beer tasting and upper cart and can eat it was well worth the money! If you have time go to the prison museum, this was a great little find and very cheap! Like most things it's what you make it, do you reasearch as there are some good gems, including this hotel, Thank you to all the staff for making this a fab addition to our honeymoon.

We stayed at the Best Western Executive Inn in Colorado Springs for 3 nights in May 2018. The hotel is right off I-25, and is very convenient to many attractions in the southern part of Colorado Springs, as well as those in Manitou Springs - just a couple of exits down from US24. The room was nicely furnished, clean and comfortable, and the price was right. The staff was friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the housekeepers and the breakfast staff. And the breakfast was very good, with a bit of variety - one day featured pancakes, another had scrambled eggs. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, and wold definitely come back if we're in the area again.

Hotel is hidden behind some older restaurnts and appears to be an old worn out property. Beds were very uncomfortable, very little sleep. Just a total disappointment. We would never return to this hotel

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The building is a little old. but it was remodeled. The room was very clean. My sister and i went to the pool for a couple hours late at night. It is open till like midnight. The front desk staff was awesome @ answering our questions. Their breakfast was incredible. They have so many options. We gave the girl a tip and she was so surprised. People should tip them more.

Mike on the front desk w@s very helpful when I checked in, the property is conveniently located close to interstate highway we received a 10% reduction on meal at restaurant with8n walking distance, checkout was easy.

The room was clean and quite. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the stay. We only stayed for a quick overnight to climb Pikes early the next morning. Didn't see much around the area, very close to Cheyenne Mountain.

Nice, modern,clean place to stay. Staff was very professional and very friendly. The only problem was, on our second morning, I realized the maid had taken our shampoo and conditioner and didn't leave any. Not a good hair day when you have to use a bar of soap. Besides that everything else was excellent. Will stay again when in the area.

My husband and I were so happy that decided to stay and would have booked for longer, but our schedule would not allow. Staff is exceptional, Room very clean and comfortable, Breakfast Superb. Selection was terrific, and the Green Chili was fabulous. We DEFINITELY, will choose this one, when we return to Colorado. Very Happy Travelers.

We recently stayed here for one night after attending a show at The World Arena. This place is close to several eating places. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the front desk men were friendly and the continental breakfast was good. It was definitely worth the stay at the right price.

The only think I didn't like about this hotel was finding my way into the location. It was a great location for a hotel....just a round about way of getting into it.

i made a reservation at this hotel for Valentines Day and I reserved the spa room, no credit card was needed to hold my reservation, Ya see I just had my left hip replaced and last year both my knees, and I have no tub in my apartment and was looking forward to the spa room, Water therapy is great for my hips and knees. The Best Western website nor Booking.com which is where I made the reservation ,neither one specifies how your deposit is paid for , so I booked my room , upon arrival Mike the Front Desk Clerk told me they don't accept cash payment for the deposit in which I get back the next morning upon check except the with a credit card I have to wait 3-5 Business days to get it back, I thought it was really crappy that he was so adamant and wouldn't make an exception especially on Valentines Day, so I had to cancel because the deposit $ that I was using was needed then next day in order to get plates on my boyfriends car, Anyways horrible customer service Mike is a jerk and he needs to read the website, because I'm right it doesn't tell you that you have to use your credit card for the deposit, and I didn't need one to hold the reservation, Ill NEVER stay there ever.

We stayed for a long weekend while visiting our son who is stationed at Ft Carson. The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was better than most and changed slightly each day. I would recommend the BW in Colorado Springs, for sure.

We recently stayed at the Best Western Executive Inn & Suites while attending an event at the Broadmoor World Arena. It's behind a strip of restaurants, so navigation didn't work well and it was a little hard to find. You can see it from I-25, so if southbound get off at exit138 and look for the signs. Hotel is very clean (entirely non-smoking and no pets, except for service animals) and staff very helpful. Mattresses were exceptionally comfortable! All the usual room amenities - shampoo, hair dryer, etc., plus microwave and small refrigerator. Good water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was exceptionally good - lots of fresh fruit, oatmeal (the real stuff - not instant), hot and cold items, good quality bread for toasting. Only complaints were the heat was cranked up full blast when we arrived and it took hours to cool the room down enough to sleep and the scrambled eggs at breakfast were fake (very minor issue in an otherwise very good breakfast). Even a chocolate chip cookie when you check in!

Nice room, great staff, loved the shower head, everything was better than expected. We were traveling with two young children and the staff helped us with everything we needed. Breakfast was great. Would stay there again.

Terrible experience. Travelers beware! When we checked into the BW, we had trouble opening our door and told the front desk gentleman that our door was hard to open. We were told that we were not inserting the key fast enough. (But the maintenance never would come to look at the problem) The next time we tried to enter our room the card key mechanism malfunctioned and we were locked out of our room with our belongings inside. The helpful clerk (Amelia) offered us a different room to relax in until the problem was solved but the hotel manager, who was offsite and talking via the phone, told us that she did not have a manual key and told us we could PAY for a different room to sleep in until 9am when maintenance could come. (What??? Did they expect us to sit in the lobby all night?) We told the manager on the phone that we needed time sensitive medication that was in the room. After an hour...the manager showed up and said she had a master key but didn't know where to find it. She asked us what WE did to break the door… (Are you kidding me?) She searched and searched and tried key after key trying to open the door. We suggested calling a locksmith and were told directly from the manager Fulya that she didn't want to pay for a locksmith. We asked to call the owner because we wanted to talk to someone with more authority, and were told by Fulya that the owner was on his anniversary cruise and couldn't be bothered. Fulya refused to give us the owners name or number. After 2 hours of waiting in the lobby, Fulya and another manager named Michele finally agreed to calling a locksmith, but let us know that they would be charging the maintenance man for the locksmith because he had lost the master key. (very unprofessional) after 2 1/2 hours of waiting in the lobby, a maintenance man from a different hotel location was able to get the door unlocked at about the same time a locksmith finally showed up. The manager Fulya told us that we would get BW points for a free room for our troubles, but when we checked out, the extra points for the free room we're not reflected on the bill or the points total. The one saving grace in the entire evening was the night clerk named Amelia, who was very kind and apologetic.

Clean, spacious king bed suite with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, soap, shampoo, cream rinse, and lotion. TV in sitting area and bed area. Bed, bedding, and pillows were clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub looked inviting, but didn't use. Full buffet breakfast served which was very good. Friendly staff. Hotel was right off of I25 and seemed to be at the south edge of town. Nice mountain view. Close (6 miles "ish") to WWII museum, Manitou Springs, and Garden of the Gods. Restaurant within walking distance.

Good location for our adventures, but a little tricky to find the entrance. And, no elevator which my be troublesome for some people. Staff was great especially in the breakfast area. King suite was very nice and clean.

Comfortable room, pleasant staff, better than average Best Western breakfast. Would stay again if passing thru at the right time. It is a little confusing to get to as one drives through a Village Inn parking lot.

Some small problems with the room occurred, but front desk did an excellent job of responding. Breakfast staff was by far the most helpful and friendly we have encountered. They even held the door when we checked out.

Awesome Staff. The Front desk recognized my disabled elderly mother and asked if she could put us in a 1st floor disability room that conjoined to the 2nd reservation. The housekeeping staff was very helpful and happy. They helped us switch out our dirty linens because we didn't request full service!!! The young lady in the kitchen was like a bright sun shining!!! Not fake, very geniuine and a fast mover. She had the lobby, kitchen, and bussing tables all taken care of!!! Love the indoor pool!!! The Location was perfect for the Zoo, KOHLS, Target, & Fazoli's!!! This family was happy!!! Thank You

The hotel was remodeled in 2017. It was clean and had a good variety of options for breakfast, including protein - bacon, eggs, sausage. Friendly service throughout. The one miss for the remodel was the choice of double beds instead of queen beds.

After a long drive, I arrived in the Springs way to early, check in was not until 3, but instead of making me wait for a standard room, the girl at the front desk upgraded me to a better room, since one was available. Had a lovely stay, thank you very much, will be back next time I come down

When working a hard day out on the road I really enjoyed being able to come back to the hotel and just relax in a comfy bed and this hotel had just what I needed to rest and recover from working all day out in the cold. Thanks for having a comfortable stay for me when I travel for business.

The water pressure was probably the best we've ever had and the shower head was high which was nice not having to duck to rinse my hair. The room was nice and the staff was very friendly. Location is close to the highway so it is convenient. Breakfast was good the first morning but the second morning wasn't all that great. The egg omelet with what tasted like cheese whiz was not the best. We could not get the room to cool off the two nights we stayed. We called the front desk the first night and asked for a fan but was told they didn't have one. We were told to open the window. The second night, the power went out for hours and the cable didn't work after that. The mattress was not comfortable at all so between the mattress and fighting the room temps, there was not much sleep.

I have not ever had a mattress that was so worn out in any motels we have ever slept in.When I told the girl at the front desk of my problem she stated she liked a soft matrtess.I slept on the floor most of the night because of my back hurting so much.

We stay at Best Westerns whenever we can because they are all very good. We have stayed at this location a couple of times a year for the past three years because the service, employees and amenities are the best we have encountered anywhere! The breakfast is great and the staff is most helpful and accommodating.

I came out to visit my son for the Thanksgiving weekend. He chose the hotel based off the reviews and did a great job. The staff was extremely friendly and treated my wife and I very well. Great staff.

I stayed here for one night on my way visiting family over Thanksgiving. They upgraded me for free to a King Suite room, which was huge. There was a separate sofa and TV sitting area, and everything was very clean. Great linen and comfortable bed. No problems or issues with my stay. For the most part a quiet hotel, and was able to sleep in to about 8am. There were many selections for breakfast. The hotel has a pool and hot tub which I didn't use. The workout room is so so - sort of small with only cardio machines. I like to see free weights,mats, and other exercise equipment. However, for the price of $71.00 plus tax I was pleased. Staff is friendly. Cookies upon check-in, fresh water in the lobby, and food/snacks for purchase in lobby. No elevator - but for healthy people like myself not an issue being on second floor.

Very friendly staff. They had a really nice breakfast including scrambled eggs, pancakes and danish. The front desk offered free coffee and free cookies all day. There are lots of restaurants in the vicinity (for dinner).

Recently stayed six nights while attending a conference at the Broadmoor. The Best Western was very centrally located for this. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The shower was one of the best I've had at a hotel. Just the right amount of pressure. The bed was comfortable. The property was clean. The indoor swimming pool was well maintained, which is something I often find neglected. Parking was free and plentiful. Internet access was free. The lobby had a business center so airline boarding passes could easily be printed at no extra cost. Breakfast included multiple choices of both hot and cold foods. It was well staffed with happy employees who kept the choices from running out. If you are coming in from a direction other than I- 25. You may want to call ahead. It is tucked behind a restaurant. The signage was minimal and my gps sent me to a dead end. The front desk was very helpful so I got there easily with their directions. It may not be a five star hotel, but for the price it rated high marks for what is important to me.

We had stayed at this motel about 5 years ago and wanted to stay there again when we were going to be in Colorado Springs. I had to do some intense research to find it again. But I did! It was better than ever! There were many helpful and pleasant staff. The motel had been renovated and was beautiful. The breakfast was awesome!

We arrived at the hotel at 2:00, asked for early check-in. Without checking anything, I was told check-in is at 3:00. Hotel room was very clean. Rooms are a bit small. Breakfast hostess and food was good.

Room was very clean and breakfast was very good everyday were where there for for 7 days straight I would recommend this hotel and will be returning in the summer for vacation this hotel is not far from Fort Carson that's if you have any family in the Army

They did not use scented products in my room so I was able to tolerate it and sleep Ok and without an attack. Breakfast was OK and the coffee was pretty good. Room was clean. Parking was adequate. I would come back again.

Hotel common areas and rooms are nicely maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Location is convenient and quiet despite being right next to I-25. The free breakfast is very good with a good selection of hot and cold foods, all fresh and well-prepared. Dining area is kept very clean.

We were very tired after a long day of driving, the front desk person watched my cousin struggle with a full luggage cart trying to get in the doors. Luckily a nice customer helped her navigate the cart. Th employee just sat and watched, he was not busy! The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, small toilet area. Mariah at breakfast made the hotel, friendly and helpful. The food was great at breakfast!

The breakfast was very good, it was not the same each day. One day we had sausage and the next bacon. The staff was anxious to accommodate us with any needs. It was a pleasant experience which I would recommend to anyone.

Had some issues with the room key working on the first assigned room. The lock on room 223 would need to be fixed. The staff was quick to accommodate and get me assigned to another room. The breakfast in the morning was great with very helpful and happy staff.

Nice clean room with comfortable beds. Breakfast was so-so. Common areas a bit long in the tooth with shabby broken computer chairs. Litter in parking lot. Indifferent desk clerk does not see or remove litter on lobby floor near coffee stand that is left there for hours. Room a bit small but clean with comfortable beds.

Great place, great people, great amenities. I plan to try the pool next time I come. Do watch for Google's directions - if it tries to send you down Pando or Dustry, those are incorrect. Take Harrison, follow the signs from there.

Paid for a Suite w/Hot Tub ($175/night). Showed up to discover the hotel doesn't offer suites w/ Hot Tub. No Discount. Likely will never stay at a Best Western AGAIN! Clean and good breakfast, but disgruntled with accuracy on reservation.

Great Breakfast, Clean Hotel, unfortunately I was lied to about the room I paid for. Showed up to discover that the Best Western I stayed at did not offer Suites w/ Hot Tub despite pics that showed such amenities when booking. Ending up paying $350.00 for 2/nights. I've stayed at Best Western hundreds of times, but likely never will again due to the fore mentioned deception.

Management unavailable for issues at check in with deposit and credit cards. Staffs suggestions was to cancel my room so I could pay cash at another hotel, because they don't take cash. And can't make any exceptions on the deposit amount even though they booked me in 2 rooms and took per payment for both.

This hotel was fantastic...beautiful rooms and fixtures. Clean rooms and loved the staff...so nice and thoughtful! Breakfast was great with wonderfully warm people helping and the food was nice and warm. Friendly atmosphere and we would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean hotel, helpful staff, the hot breakfast was above and beyond what I expected. The little gal running the breakfast area was keeping everyone informed of when items would be ready and she was more than helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were professional and friendly. The rooms were updated and in very good condition. Pool area was nice. Breakfast was just ok. The immediate surrounding area was not to great...Good value for the money. Adjacent to highways to get you to all the amazing sites.

Hotel conviently located on I-25 and Harrison Rd , a few restaurants right across the street. Room is clean, comfortable bed, TV, WIFI. Fresh coffee and flavored water at the lobby at all times. Breakfast offers eggs,bacon, pastries, yougurt, bananas, apples, hot and cold cereal, etc.

This was our second visit to this location. This visit we were told the handicap accessible room was the only king available. Normally that would be fine, we had traveled all day and it was late. Had either one of us required special accessibility, I'm afraid this room would not have worked out very well. While the bathroom was huge, the shower was a very small stall. The furniture left little room to move around if using a walker or wheelchair.

The staff is very professional and helpful. Great breakfast menu and service. This was my first time staying in this area and I will be returning. Even with all of the construction going on in the area, it was still very quite. I'll be back again.

Everyone was very friendly...we didn't have any issues that anyone had to take care of so I can't speak to any problem solving...my only complaint was our room was right next to an exit door so we heard noise a lot...but that can't really be helped...breakfast was good, no waffle maker which I prefer to pre made frozen pancakes, like a fresh item better....they had a pot of green chile which was quite tasty to put over the eggs...everythingelse was your normal spread, bread, cereal, yogurt, milk, juice...staff was very helpful at breakfast.

poor maintenance and super loud from highway noise , old locks, keys don't work, poorly insulated, watch out for no elevator nor automatic front doors if you need either, fence falling down btween hotel & industrial area, lights not on out front at dusk, room doors stuck on old hardware, etc, etc

Everyone we met who worked there was super nice and personable. It felt so nice to be treated like we were special! The room was nice and clean too. Breakfast was yummy and I loved the citrus infused water they have in the lobby!

As others noted, it is difficult to get to, but worth it. Otherwise, it is a good location. Staff are friendly and professional. They let us keep the motorcycle under the awning at night. Was upgraded to a suite since we were there for a week. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast changed each day so not the same every day. Restaurant in front of hotel has great pies and decent food.

We made our reservations in advance.. When we arrived we were assigned room 135.. It is at the end of a hallway. There is an exit door at the end of the hallway.. All night long ,people were coming and going and the door slams every time someone exits or enters the building.. ..Needless to say no one slept in room 135.. In the morning, I visited with the girl behind the counter at the front desk.. She informed me other guests had also complained.. She would bring it to the attention of the manager.. No calls, no email, no texts of apology.. Nothing.. They got my money.. They don't care how it impacted our lives. Had we stayed in a different room... Not on the main floor and at the end of the hall, this review would be different..

This hotel was worth every penny! Kinda tricky to get to...on a little access road that runs parallel to the main road. Very conveniently located to many tourist attractions and restaurants and main stores. Shower is nice, sink is separate. Housekeeping is very good and they provide shampoo, coffee, etc and hair dryer. They provide towels for the pool at the pool. Plenty of free parking. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They provide free flavored water in the lobby every day and free coffee and cookies every afternoon. Just ask for them. They have a great complimentary hot and cold breakfast every day in the little restaurant with TVs on the walls. We couldn't figure out how to work our air conditioner and they fixed it and gave us a Dr. Pepper and little bag of candy for our troubles. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We would stay again.

This hotel is conveniently located next to I-25. That's good and bad. Freeway noise is inescapable. The building is clean and room very comfortable. Everything in the room worked perfectly and there are a lot of power outlets to charge things. The staff seemed steeled for trouble as they asked for lots of signatures for extra charges for doing bad things in the hotel. Nothing adverse happened in our stay though. Across the boulevard is an area with a lot of restaurants and shops, so why they security concern is not clear. Anyway, this felt like a good business hotel rather than a relaxing leisure hotel.

The King Suite was great! Two TV's, a microwave, couch, chair with foot stool, coffee table and desk with chair. Was worth every penny. Great staff, breakfast, pool, etc. Felt very safe in this location. Please presence was well known, not that they needed to be, but just well patrolled and busy area.

This BW is the best one I have ever stayed in. Close to all the best hiking trails in Colorado Springs. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great showers and the employees were very helpful. I will be staying here on my next trip.

Excellent breakfast! Great desk staff! No elevator...?? Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The road in front is a little bizarre, watch your map. If you want a view, better ask at the desk.

Friendly & helpful staff. Nice large room. Motel is right next to a restaurant w/o drink service, but there is one within a short walk with everything. This was a great location for us as we were heading south.

Stayed here overnight on business. Rooms are clean and neat, bathrooms have been redone recently. The Hotel is an older hotel which shows on the outside, parking is kinda limited and areas appear to be dark and unlit. Front desk clerk was attentive and helpful, they do not have elevator access to the second floor so if stairs are a problem you might reconsider (may have been having issues with elevator I did not ask). Overall a nice stay even with the age of the property.

Great accommodating on short noticed. Came into Colorado Springs and our hotel reservations were messed up at the hotel. We switch to the BEST WESTERN and was accommodated nicely. decent room and pool was fun. Best part was the breakfast staff. very energetic and seemed to enjoy their job. Thanks again.

From check-in to check out, this was a pleasant experience. The breakfast was a breakfast for champions. We could smell the bacon wafting down the hallway. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend checking this out

Just can't beet the service and friendly aptmosphere, Indoor Pool & Jacuzzi, Internet Cafe, And Exercise Room, Who could ask for anything more? Other than a free Spa Treatment! Rooms were newly upgraded with Microwaves, and Refrigeraters, Coffee Pots, Irons, and a Hairdryer !!!

My wife and two sons stayed six nights there in two rooms. We could hear the room next to us. Our door was by an outside door and we could hear people use the outside door. We also heard outside noise.They tried to charge us over $1100 per room for six nights until my son commented about the multiple night discount. They tried to rip us off!!! Then we were quoted an average of $134 per night per room. My bill for one room was $889 for the six nights which was more than the quoted price. It simply was not worth the money we spent. The breakfast was good which was the only good thing about the stay there. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!

Loved the updated rooms and how friendly the staff was to us. Never stayed at BW before and we sure had a pleasant experience there. the breakfast was very good something different everyday and the two lady servers were very helpful and kind. The only problem we had was with the room keys but always someone there to help us, thanks for a wonderful week in Colorado springs

We stopped for one evening when passing through from Denver to NM. It was a pleasant stay. It is your basic hotel, the rooms are accessible from the inside, there is no elevator, however the front desk stated that if we needed assistance with our luggage, they'd be more than happy to assist us. The hostess working the breakfast was super friendly and worked really hard to make everyone smile. We would stay here again if in the area.

The cost for this hotel and other reviews had set my expectations far higher. The hotel wasn't bad, just not worth what they charge. Parking was good and so was the breakfast, I just wasn't impressed with the building. It was fairly old and you could hear ever other guest.

The accommodations were very nice for a King Size Suite (Two Rooms) at a reasonable rate was more than accommodating with a separate area like a living area/office opening to a nice-size bedroom. There were TVs in both rooms as well as plenty of outlets. Very nice. The breakfast was also very good. The only issue I had was leaving for one night and checking out instead of keeping the reservation for the other nights. The staff member suggested this since there would be plenty of available rooms. We were under the impression that the price quoted when making the initial reservation would be the rate we would pay for that night. However, the price went up substantially, and they would not honor the quoted price. We decided to stay elsewhere for that night.

Best Western Plus has figured out what a serious road traveler wants. Foremost, The room has to be clean and it was. The bathroom was spacious WITH an exhaust fan that performed beautifully. Microwave, mini fridge, and a coffee station…all the essentials. Great full breakfast 6:30-9:30. Hot tub and Paul were clean, soothing and relaxing. Great location, walk 500ft to Walmart or Sam's Club (to replenish my supplies at a minimum cost) Washer and dryer worked great when they were cheap. The only criticism is the television wasn't in HD.

Had a king suite which was wonderful for a longer stay. Room was very spacious. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was great. Hotel is in a good location and no street noise at night. Cookies at bedtime was a nice added touch!

We stayed 2 nights to visit Pikes peak and Garden of the Gods. The hotel is located right of the highway easy access .Quiet area.Not so hectic here worth the stay. Many places to eat and shop.I liked the area.

Nice place, attentive staffing. A little difficult to navigate at first, tucked in behind some restaurants. The staff takes care of business, the overall condition was very clean and the shower was forceful, a rarity amongh hotel chains.

Rooms were clean but small . Walls were thin. No elevator so ask for first floor . My elderly mom had a hard time . Right off the highway and close to retailers and fast food chains . Parking lot is also very small .

Location immediately off the highway, close to restaurants and shopping like target. Hotel definitely needs updates and some sound barriers between walls. Seems to be gathering spot for Harley Davidson crowd.

I just want to say thank you to the 2 amazing guys working last night and the wonderful lady who checked me out this morning when the other hotel I was supposed to be staying was miserable and filled with cigarette smoke. Their customer service is amazing and as soon as I called they made accommodations for me and my boys after I was having a horrible night due to the other hotel. They helped out in every way possible and really turned me and my boys' night around thank you sooo much from the bottom of my heart!!!

We are traveling by motorcycle and today was our 6th day on the road. It has been cold and windy and we were looking forward to our hotel. We arrived and checking in and were completely surprised by an upgrade to a King suite! The room is beautiful! They had a laundry and we were able to wash our dirty clothes. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly!!

The room was clean upon arrival. Front desk called to ask if room was ok. The breakfast was very good. Lots of selection. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. The restaurant in front of hotel was very good if you need to walk to eat out.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful. My only complaint was the location. It was kind of hidden and hard to find.

This is a good hotel but would be much better if it had an elevator for tired folks with a lot of luggage that have been on the road for 8 days. it was troublesome to carry 5 bags around and up stairs.

I stayed here 3 nights recently for a family reunion nearby. As there is no elevator I had a ground floor room across from the breakfast room which was a bit noisy early in the morning preparations. The bathroom was small and had a loud fan any time the light was on. The beds were comfortable but the room temperature was not. I could either have the a/c going at night on automatic or the fan steadily without a/c. It seemed stuffy in the room and the temps were hot outside. The breakfasts were good and the staff cheerful. I was able to add on an extra day to my stay and am glad of that as the location was very central to our activities. It is a bit awkward to find the entrance to the hotel as you have to drive through the parking lot of the Village Inn in front to reach it. Also there are no automatic openers on the very heavy double doors with a slight incline. A bit of a struggle for one person to handle the door and luggage at the same time.

We stayed here while we were headed back to ft Riley and the customer service is appalling . The lady working the desk threatened to kick us out no matter the time if our baby cried again . Mind you he only cries for about 5 minutes before our threatening phone call. We could hear people doing things we wouldn't want our children to hear but they were more concerned about a baby. I will not ever stay at a best western again or any hotel that is a part of their chain .

Everything about this place is great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We are on motorcycles and they let us park under the awning. The room are very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again myself.

Loved staying here while visiting Colorado Springs. The staff was very helpful and we were able to store our bags since we arrived early. The location is very convenient to I 25 so getting around the area was easy. The room was clean and had been updated. The comfort of the bed was excellent. Really like the way the breakfast buffet was set up. There was staff available to help with choices and clean up.

Don't know why this Best Western is not a Best Western Plus. At this motel you get treated like you are the most important person around. Great place to stay. Room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was pretty good, too.

I was a little disappointed in this facility. My husband is in a wheelchair and there is no handicapped parking. Each time we left or returned, I had to come to the front entrance, get him out the car and then go park. That was inconvenient to say the least. The door to the lobby is a little narrow and hard to maneuver a wheelchair through. Even though the staff could see me struggling to get him in, they just watched and were not very helpful. The room was clean and the rate was good, so I guess I shouldn't complain, it's just hard to believe that in this day and age there wasn't at least one handicapped spot, even though there were handicapped rooms!

We stayed two nights in Colorado Springs. After a night in a very bad motel, because we were told that this hotel had no vacancies we got a room the next morning. I had booked and paid for the room online and check in was a breeze. We got settled in to the room as we got a phone call from the front desk asking if everything was to our liking. In the morning we also enjoyed the breakfast they offered. Very pleasant stay, just sad that we didn't get to stay there for both nights.

This hotel was clean and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool/ hot tub area was great for the kids. This hotel is affordable and close to the airport. I would recommend this hotel for travelers looking for a quick stay near the airport.

Good place to stay while in Colorado Springs. Easy access - right at I 25, Exit 138. Easy access to most tourist attraction. Large rooms/suites with a sitting area, an office desk and a large bed! Breakfast buffet is also very good and included in the room rate. Can be recommended wholeheartedly.

Stayed with my husband and kids. Location wasn't exactly what I was looking for but the hotel was very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast crew. Pool area was fun for the kids. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful

The staff and management were extremely helpful. Myself and my crew stayed here for about 6 months. We were treated like family. The location is extremely convenient to Fort Carson and the downtown area.

The employee during check in was rude and very short with me when I tried to check in 20 minutes early after a 10 hour car drive. The same employee was rude when I requested a replacement door key. Unfortunately, the choice of hotel was not mine during this group trip or I would have likely changed hotels immediately after my check in experience.

Great location! Restraint & shopping near! Just off HWY 24 for a mountain trip! Also Judy off I-25 for a cross country trip or to go to Denver! Also many Colorado Springs tourist spots are near! Staff polite! Breakfast was nice to have!

The staff was great, the room very comfortable. I am not sure I would use the word "executive" with the hotel. Hard to get to it, through parking lots??? no sign on the road indicating the exit #. Directions on my phone were horrendous.

Most comfortable beds!! Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Refrigerator and microwave. We were traveling with 3 other couples and were able to have everyone over to our room for a beverage.

Average MOTEL in seedy location. Cramped room smelt of foul musty odor and left much to be desired. Only positive was the bed was surprisingly comfortable and the hot breakfast was decent. PSA, the A.C. doesn't work in room 210.

I am not sure how Best Western rates its hotels. Is executive inn and suites better than average? This one isn't. Just an average hotel in a standard location. Room was ok, clean. Bed was alright. Internet worked. But there was nothing outstanding or executive about it.

Great Stay and the staff very helpfull and considerate. Both times was able to check in early. I very much appreciated that. Rooms very nice and comfortable. Very clean. My next trip I will plan on staying at the Junction City Best Western. Thank you for a wonderful stay both times. This is also a great location.

This was a great place to stay. It sets back off the busy hiway but is easy access. Melissa & Mike were at the desk. They were very helpful & great ambassadors for this motel. The room is clean and love having 2 tvs in our suite. We'll be back in a few days on our way home and look forward to staying again. Shower water pressure is fantastic!! Looking forward to breakfast in the morning. Like having "little necessities " for sale if needed!

This was one stop of many in the recent weeks. Staff was helpful and courteous. No trouble with check in/check out. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Didn't try the pool and slept through breakfast. This was the first Best Western we stayed at that asked for a deposit but it wasn't any additional trouble.

This is a nice two story hotel, but we were surprised to find there was NO ELEVATOR! May not have usually been an issue, but I had a broken ankle and was wearing a boot and the stairs were a problem. They try and put people with physical handicaps on the first floor, but those rooms were all sold out. There was a nice, hot breakfast but the eating area was VERY tiny.

Room was good, clean, all that, but what sets this hotel apart is the employee who serves breakfast. They are both nice and polite, but one of them (I heard her name and wish I could remember it) treats this job as if it is the most important job in the world and each person who comes in is the most important guest in the world. It's quite refreshing. The food is good too.

The breakfast host was chatty and happy to be there. The rooms were very nice. Unfortunately for us, we didn't plan far enough ahead and ended up in a king suite for 4 people. The couch does NOT have a pull out bed and was hard to sleep on. Other than that, the stay was good.

Reported s problem and was told it was old and hadn't worked for a while, no fan in the bathroom. Rooms are crowded. Air conditioner did not cool the room. Would not recommend this hotel. Not what I expected from Best Western.

What a hidden gem of a stay. Comfortable beds, great housekeeping, good breakfast and a nice exercise room to burn off the calories. The folks at the front desk were wonderful. A billing problem was resolved with great care. Ms. Fulya Johnson was very patient and courteous with our check-out error.

I have stayed in the Motel 3 times and it is great. The rooms are large and clean. The breakfast and breakfast staff are great. The front dest is always helpful. It is one of my favorite places to stay.

The hotel was just off 25 so it was fairly easy to get in and out of and if it hadn't been for all the construction it would have been easier! The room was a little narrow so it was a bit difficult to maneuver around in at times. The bed was comfortable though and we didn't spend a lot of time there! The pool and spa were great and we had it all to ourselves both times we went!

This property is well located, close to World Arena and I-25. No elevator which makes lugging your bags upstairs difficult. Staff is friendly and free breakfast is pretty good. Workout room is tiny and equipment was not working while I was there.

In town for a Spartan event at Fort Carson. The hotel was convenient, clean, comfortable and a good value. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were fantastic after a long day, and the pool was refreshing.

Clean, kind yes, but I drove out of my way to stay where I assumed they would have the amenities I require, not here! NO Elevator nor luggage carrier upstairs. No operable tread mill, no weight/resistance machines what-so-ever. I have been taught a lesson by BW. Check the place out before you stay. I would have NEVER stayed there had I know either of these things!

Very nice stay at a very clean hotel. Brought our grandkids here to spend a weekend and we were not disappointed. Close to kid friendly restaurants mall and places to go. They enjoyed their stay and the only downside was that it was a little hard to find but once we were there everything was so easy.

Comfortable, clean. But the LONG HALLWAYS and no elevator will prevent me from staying there again. It was very hard getting my few pieces of rolling luggage up to my room and staff didnt offer to help.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful. The customer service was superb and the breakfast staff seem to bring a smile to everyone's face. My bath room had a delightful rain style showered and had been recently remodeled. My room was clean, and perfect. I slept peacefully in the wonderful bed. Overall, everything was fantastic. The only two things I would forward traveler's about is their is no elevator to the second floor. (That was not a problem for me.) Also, when it snowed the parking lot was never cleared. Thus I had to go out in the snow to dig-out my rental car and the main driving path was a muddy, slushy mess. It was difficult task to accomplish in my slack and heels. This is the only reason I did not give them five stars. I would stay there again anytime I am in town.

The Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was really good every morning and I loved having coffee or tea available 24 hours a day. The room was pleasant and clean. Location was great - close to lots of conveniences and easy access to highway.

This property looks and feels like a motel and not a hotel. The front desk staff were unhelpful and unpleasant. I had reserved a Suite with 1 king bed and was given a standard room. Upon returning to the front desk to correct this, I was spoken to very rudely and told there was nothing that could be done. I was not given another room option nor was I given a price reduction for the lower quality room I was given. The layout of the bathroom is poor and the air-conditioning only worked sporadically. Noise carries a lot in the halls and between walls, so I would advise you bring ear plugs if you stay here.

Stopped by on our way to New Mexico. The employees at the front desk where very helpful and accommodating making us feel welcome. There was space so they offered to let us park our motorcycle under cover which was an unexpected gesture. The breakfast in the morning was well prepared and presented. I will definitely be staying at Best Western after this experience.

Enjoyed our stay there we were there for Doctor appointments. Room was clean and comfortable. Stayed there before by choice, price is right and within our budget. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

This hotel is very nice! The staff is very friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It is near a lot of restaurants and things to do. My one complaint which the hotel has no control over is that there is construction happening in the area, which can make it hard to get in and out of the hotel.

The place was full of youngsters who were pleasant but energetic, throughout the evening. We were tired and hoping to get a nap in the PM, but that was not possible. Not the fault of the hotel, just bad luck on our part, I suppose. The overall staff is very polite and enthusiastic, particularly the ladies serving breakfast - a sheer delight! (the staff members, but breakfast was fine as well....)

Location was right off the highway so it was easily accessible to lots of locations and sights. The rooms were very nice and wifi worked great. Breakfast was very good also and the people were very friendly. The only thing that I didn't like was that my room was upstairs next to the open area that was the check-in and the breakfast area so in the morning it was loud with all the people getting breakfast.

My stay at this Best Western was very good. The room was clean, wonderful employees, and the breakfast was good. Front desk personnel were very nice and friendly, the ladies that work at the Breakfast Area were awesome and super sweet.

My experience at this Best Western was very positive. The staff was very kind and accommodating. I needed to make a change to my room and they were very helpful in making the change. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Great location , super convenient to Broadmore area as well Cinemas. Behind Denny's . Service was friendly and helpful. Room was okay, nice bathroom. Issues were, heavy smell of marijuana outside. Room walls really thin had to have neighbors lower TV at 6 AM. Still was audible as were voices, showing walls being too thin. Breakfast typical nice BW fare. Parking mostly in back which was also a little scary at times.

I thought the hotel provided a good value compared to other hotels in the area. It was close to Broadmoor hotel. I liked the fact that the room had a refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was very good and varied each morning. The pool is nice. The gym is very small and does not have weights but has 3 aerobic machines.

We found the environment quiet which is not always the case with motels. Just a side note to those who are looking for a 420 friendly place: this is NOT the case here. Although recreational weed is legal in Colorado, it is verboten ON THE PROPERTY and you will sign off on this at check in.

We have family in the Springs and have tried several hotels, looking for one that was a good fit for all ages. We've stayed here twice now and were pleased with experience. Service is professional and friendly -- once the desk clerks were encouraging people to step out of the lobby to see a lovely rainbow. Breakfast offerings are above average with both hot and cold choices, and when things run low, they are promptly replaced. Nice pool, ample parking, washers and dryers available. Also there are family-friendly dining options including a Village Inn in the same parking lot. (A Denny's too, but it's not my cup of tea). Be aware: You get to hotel off a frontage row. The first time you drive in, you may be a little confused about how to get there but after that, it's easy. Very close to interstate too.
