Best Western Clermont

I have stayed here several times in the past 5 years. We have always had a great stay with no issues. I will be staying when we come to visit our sons. Lots of places to eat and good shopping nearby. I wish that I had joined the benefits club sooner to get a free stay. The beds are very comfortable. The showers have plenty of water pressure.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past five years since our daughter moved to the area. The front desk staff is always kind and considerate, and accommodating. Although the outside is somewhat dated, the rooms are clean and comfortable. We often get the family suite and the luxury of two bathrooms is awesome!!

This Best Western was perfect. Clean , great price and great breakfast, We stay at Best Western on all our trips, Florida, California, Oregon, We stay at Best Western do having great prices ,clean , safe place to stay with Breakfast .

While the staff was pleasant and overall everything seemed fine, at first I've just thought I got a mosquito bite, no big deal, I was outside a lot on my trip. Nope. Turns up it was bed bugs and now I'm having to pay to have an exterminator out to my house and wash every single scrap of fabric that I own. 0/10 do not recommend, do not stay here.

I had a horrible experience in this hotel, and literally almost died! I was awakened by a rumbling noise, started feeling dizzy and nauseous, and then started vomiting. I realized my room had filled with car exhaust due to the fact there was little to no weatherstripping as I could see light around 3 sides of the door. There was an antique car show in town, and a 1959 Chevy was backed into the space in front of my room idling outside my door for about 30 minutes. Had it not been for the loud engine noises, I would have died! I went to the front desk, and was told by the manager to just open the door and air out the room. REALLY? I was then offered a new room, which I took. When I went back to the front desk to turn in the room card for the old room, the manager was there. I asked if there would be compensation for almost dying in their hotel, and his response was “I gave. you a new room, what more do you want?” After rolling his eyes at me many times, he finally offered me $25….so my life was worth $25 to this man!! Unreal! Just to be clear, I have given the manager at this hotel multiple opportunities to address this situation, I have sent an email and left voicemails, but have heard nothing. I was treated so poorly, I will never stay at this hotel again.

The room was disgusting, after taking a shower my husband walked around the room barefooted and later realized that his feet was black from the floor. The non English speaking Russian maintenance man tried to break into our room. The people hanging around the hot el seemed shady . The breakfast was gross. We would never recommend this place.

I needed a room for a night that did not need to be fancy, but safe and comfortable. This was it and more. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Too cold to go in the pool, but it looked nice. I definitely recommend this hotel.

When traveling, we stay at Best Western hotels a lot. All have been very good to excellent. This one was no exception. Clean room, comfortable beds and conveniently located near the interstate in a quiet little neighborhood. Recommend and would return.

Pro: room was nice rooming and clean. Con: There only one reg. coffee and 4 decaf, clocks in both of my daughter and family room and my room doesn't work, both rooms does not have extra toilet papers and my biggest surprised are the breakfast room is so small for a motel with lots of rooms. Guest have no room to sit and had to go to their room to have breakfast. About coffee and toilet paper, it wasn't taken care of for our second night. It seems like they don't know about the guests staying.

A little costly for area and amenities but, Best Western has a good reputation so I paid the price The room was clean ac was outdated but it did keep room comfy They offer nice warm breakfast and they have coffee available 24hrs

Exceptional value. Easily the best motel we've ever stayed at. While right off the Interstate, it is on a huge secluded lot with lots of well maintained green space. The building itself is immaculate, as are the amenities including pool and exercise room. The room has the same high standards, as does the service. Lots of great restaurants close by, with a White Castle and Big Boy just yards away! Recommend highly!!

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The rooms are tiny and dirty. There were permanent residents who would hang out in front of their rooms all day. There were noisy parties every night that disturbed my family and me. I think this was a low-income housing project. This hotel does not deserve to be associated with Best Western.

There was very little noise which caused a good night sleep. The room was cozy and clean. Also the vending and ice machines worked, poll was nice and venue was dog friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and close to several restaurants and other activities. We attended a performance at the PNC Pavilion and this hotel was very convenient to the interstate and was only about 10 minutes from the pavilion and the horse racing track.

We stay at this hotel every time we visit the Cincinnati area and have never had such an awful experience. This hotel used to be a great place and a cheaper alternative, but we will never stay again. We checked in Saturday evening around 930pm, and the lobby stunk like cigarettes and fried foods mixed. This is not good I thought to myself. The front desk lady was super nice. Got to our rooms, people outside smoking everywhere. Noisy. You could hear people yelling and going up and down the steps. Opened the door and the stench took my breath away. Gross. Stained sheets. No heat on. It smelled just like the gross lobby. I was super irritated, slept in my clothes and made my kids do the same. My socks were filthy! Got up in the middle of the night to turn the heat up more because it was freezing. I realized as I walked over that you could literally see the outside from under the door, and that is why it was so cold in there. The room was disgusting. I went out to my SUV and grabbed body spray and sprayed it all over that room, including the curtains, ironing board, beds. That room STUNK. I couldn't wait to leave. At one point my kids asked me if we were safe there. That is pretty bad. Got up for breakfast the next morning which was a giant disappointment. You used to have fantastic foods for breakfast. Everything was cold and tasted awful. Two young girls in pajamas in there when we walked in, just thought they were waiting for their parents. Absolutely were not, they were young teenage girls taking care of the breakfast buffet and coffee area, in their pajamas. It was also so hot in there that I was sweating trying to eat my food. The coffee was good though. Loved the decor in the lobby. Location to food and highway is great. Everything else, big thumbs all the way down. Worst experience there ever. We absolutely will never book here again and that is a shame because we loved this place.

There were so many things wrong with my hotel room. The toilet seat was broken, the sink was clogged, the bathtub was dirty, the wash clothes and towels had stains and the carpet floor was vacuumed. You feel dirty just being there. I didn't even want to put my suitcase on the floor. I ended checking out the next day, one day sooner than my scheduled checkout date. When I told the receptionist in the lobby, all she said was “I'm sorry”. I will not be staying there in the future and I will not recommend it to anyone.

We had no issues or concerns. The staff was very nice and respectful. We did not go and check out their breakfast commendations because we already had prior engagements the next morning. However, I did see several guest their eating as I checked out.

Bathroom ceiling was caving in from a water leak. Heater wasn't working. On top of all that I was charged four times for my stay & the owner said it must be a problem with my bank. So, I need to get it resolved with them. Find somewhere else to stay!

This hotel has everything in working clean order. If you forget something ask they usually can accommodate Hotel is great for single family or workers on the road. Nice place for your dog to walk and use potty. Restaurants in walking distance

This hotel is a largish motel with drive up doors to the rooms, average rooms were clean. We were first given a room that had not been cleaned, which was disappointing because it was late and we were exhausted from the road. The clerk apologized and gave us a new room. The rooms were average for this type of motel. Breakfast and coffee were decent. The ice machine worked well.

We were not at the hotel long, as we were in town for a concert at Riverbend. The hotel was clean, reasonably priced and within a short drive to the venue. We will definitely stay again next time we are in town

Staff was very friendly. Nice pool. Great location for our concert at Riverbend. Traffic wasn't bad at all. Several restaurants in the area and fast food. Two different taxi services provided to us upon request

Since the beginning of the pandemic, I think most would agree that customer service has taken a hit. That was not the case here. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the Best Western Clermont. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the grounds. The pool was well maintained and the pet area was well groomed and clean. Even though this inn is between two major highways, the noise level was very low. I had no issues with the internet speed. There were multiple food options nearby. Unfortunately, I did not have time to use the workout facility but am hoping to do so my next trip as I will be staying here again.

Always a clean room and a clean pool. Very convenient being right off the highway with convenient restaurants in the area. I don't stay anywhere else when I visit Cincinnati. If you are visiting the East Side, I highly recommend it!

This motel offered a nice hot breakfast, clean fitness room with modern equipment, is close to the highway, restaurants and Cincinnati. The room was comfortable and reasonably priced, but the bathroom could use an update.

My mom and I booked a stay here to come visit family and when we arrived the front desk lady was rude and seemed upset that we had the nerve to bother her. She couldn't check us in so just sent us with a key to a room. Then when we went down to extend our stay she didn't want to help. Wouldn't even pull up the availability even though there were rooms available. So we had to book a room for a higher price off hopper at this same hotel. I believe the woman's name who was just lazy and rude was Lydia but this was overall ridiculous!!!

The management Azat and housekeepers are absolutely the worst people I've ever come across. We stayed in this hotel for over a week. Thanks to a amazing group that started our stay. As our landlord sold the home we was renting and we had to be out. So now homeless cause we have no other place of our own as of yet. This will be going to court. They think they can discriminate on people and get away with it. We was paid till 7/20. When I had to go to the housekeepers after a week of not having our sheets changed. The one flat out ignored me when I asked can I have fresh sheets to change our beds. He went and called the manger as I was walking out of the room. Azat came rushing around the corner. I need to see those ( the sheets I had rolled up) He goes on to tell me this is unacceptable. Because there was dirt and blood on the sheets. Then went on to tell me to be out by noon. Told him we was paid up he said I don't care I'm calling the cops. Call them your housekeepers to lazy to work and clean sheets haven't been changed in a week and he's going to complain the sheets are dirty because our dogs. Which we even paid there pet fee. Had nerve to tell me these sheets are more than you can afford. Really glad your telling me what I have and don't. Then called the cops after telling me that me and my family in which my husband is was on chemo we have two kids and our pets. Was paid up for 6 more days and said it's not his problem he doesn't care. The cops was super nice and understanding even apologized for the manger which they shouldn't said they have been called there over the stupidest things. We left refused to provide me the funds that was paid in to find another hotel. I pray the ones reading this has gotten there money back. Run do not walk from this place. Asked for the owner said he was the owner. I found and have messages out. I will find out and they will know as well. In the rooms the doors have scratches paint missing stains in the carpet rooms smell yet they are going to complain over sheets that are dirty with blood. Get real. Needless to say the girls we absolutely loved they were loving caring compassionate. Every time I see Azat he stared us down gave us dirty looks. But it's all good it will all be taken care of. Very soon. However Andrea, Lisa , there is two other ladies I can't remember there names. That are truly angels they have heart compassion. I truly feel sorry that they have to work for Azat and the housekeepers. The rooms are not clean we cleaned it our selfs. These poor ladies are over worked and under paid. Be ware of going to this hotel.

This property was clean, rooms were comfortable, breakfast was well stocked, fresh fruit available all day, friendly staff. Not far from the river front in KY or Cinci, Newport, Jungle Jims Market and shopping. Would go again in that area. Not far from KU

Room smelled like cigarette smoke really bad covers smelled like cigarette smoke, underneath the mattress it was dirty, refrigerator was dirty, I had to clean it myself and there's black mold around the bathtub on the floor

overall it was great only think i did not like was breakfast was not good, location is great staff was great suite was great we will book again and do recommend it easy access and lots of shopping and restaurants close

I traveled on business for a weekend event and was met by friendly, kind, and attentive staff. The room was very comfortable and clean. We even had maid service which I haven't had anywhere since the pandemic. It was a bonus! I would stay there again any time!

The room was clean but worn. It did not smell weird. The room was pretty small but fine for an overnight stay on our way south. The walls were very thin we could hear the neighbors TV playing all night. It's a motel which I didn't realize. We observed some questionable domestic situations with other guests but that's not the motels fault. Breakfast was impressive- make your own waffles and Chobani yogurt for example. There is an exercise room that we didn't use. Workers were friendly.

Though the rooms are dated and somewhat small, for a budget hotel it was clean, well cared for, functional, and well priced. The property is located very close to several area attractions which makes it a good choice for families travelling to the area that would rather spend money on doing things outside the hotel.

A nice clean and friendly spot close to 275. Rooms are comfortable and the breakfast and coffee area are well maintained. We have easy access to events at Riverbend and downtown Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. This was our second stay here and will be our place to stay when visiting The Queen City.

We had a blewout about 60km from the hotel that was reserved, after driving 1000km. It was Saturday and we didn't know if we would find a tire on a Sunday. We had to enter Canada the next day, because of Covid Test. The lady at the desk found a garage open the next day and the morning employee cancelled our second night reservation (done to find a tire on Monday) even past the time to do so. Cannot thank those two ladies enough!

The provided room was in a terrible state. The shower was completely disassembled and inoperable. The bathroom floor had tools and parts strewn about, and was filthy. It was clear that the room was not in a state to be rented out, but that didn't stop them from doing just that. When I reported the issue the next morning I was given a half-hearted apology and a replacement room.

A three-night stay that we would have shortened if not for the penalty we would have paid. Minimal housekeeping (including the toilet bowl) and thin walls were the main problem. We contended with noisy late-night partiers and long-term transient roomers. (To be fair the front desk personnel were sympathetic and did get the next door "music" reduced.) Breakfast selections were adequate, but the attendant was more interested in her phone than taking care of the breakfast room or replenishing yogurt, eggs, etc. The freeway noise was quite noticeable in the building away from the main building. We will pay more elsewhere, rather than return.

Over a 3-day stay we found our room to be comfortable and thoughtfully set up. The very ample storage spaces made it possible to avoid a cluttered look. The refrigerator was useful for keeping not only food cool, but also medications. The lighting was great--in bed, in the upholstered chair, at the desk. And our room was very clean. There were problems with our heater. When we called it to the manager's attention, she immediately offered to move us to another conveniently close room, which solved the issue.

We stay at this hotel often due to location of family members who live near by. Although the hotel is older, the rooms have all been updated. Front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating; rooms are clean and quiet. We have never been dissapointed.

We were in Cincinnati for my uncle's funeral. The staff was great and the rooms were clean. My only complaints was the outside noise early in the morning and the beds are a little hard. The breakfast has good options. I would stay here again.

Worn down hotel, with the feel of a 1 star motel. Pool was freezing, Restaurant was not open (at any time). Overpriced, outside door was broken, so people staying there would put a rock in the door to get in easier. Hard to stay there as in our room we were staring at the Holiday Inn seriously thinking of booting it over there. Unless you like cheap motel feel, don't stay here.

I love this hotel. I wish, and I know cost is a factor , more variety of television channels or updated televisions so I can watch Netflix,HBO or Hulu from my phone. I really love that the water is hot and not governed down. Very relaxing

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. Our first room smelled of smoke so we switched right away. The staff was very accommodating with this. The next room had a slight mildew smell, but it was past 8PM and we were tired, so we put up with it. Otherwise, the room was very clean. The beds are starting to wear out and we had backaches in the morning. These were double-sized beds. In the past we have stayed in a King-sized bed and didn't have this problem. Though we experienced problems, this property is the best option for us because of the proximity to family. We will return.

The lady who checked us in and out was very friendly, fast, and helpful. She remembered our conversation at check in and asked follow up questions about it at check out. We are hardcore non-smokers and were delighted that the room did not smell like smoke at all.

Had tickets for a concert two exits down 275 from the hotel. Given neither of us wanted to drive back after the show, having a hotel close by was very nice. The property itself was well maintained, and we even saw them doing a carpet shampoo on some of the rooms when we came in. there's plenty of food options nearby.

There was no hot water. The morning clerk was insulting not interested in assisting guests. If you are disabled in any way, try for a ground floor unit. There is no elevator. We did enjoy the continental breakfast. It was better than most. Except for no hot water, the room was clean and comfortable. The check in clerk was friendly and helpful.

Employee at the check in desk was so high she couldn't keep her eyes open while trying to check me in. Lots of strange people walking around at night. I'd recommend staying at the holiday inn north a few miles. It was over priced and a bit ghetto for me.

Best Western hotel was very clean, had all the amenities we needed such as microwave and refrigerator. Pool was very nice, in top condition and welcoming. Safe area, and lots of restaurants close to the hotel.

We got stayed with friends from all over the Midwest for a concert. The pool was great, we were all able to get together and spend time poolside which was awesome. The hotel was clean. All of the workers were polite and helpful. We will continue to come back each year.

The local Parrot Head club recommended this hotel and it dd not disappoint. The front desk had kind words for those that stayed here in the days leading to the concert. I will be sure to snag a room here the next time I'm in town for this concert - and will probably come in a day earlier!

The overall experience was a good one and the breakfast,room,location and price were excellent. The hotel is awesome for familys,plenty of breakfast food along with an outdoor pool ! There are plenty of options for other eats close by. The zoo is about a 20 minute drive and easy to navigate. The staff is friendly and willing to help their customers with needs.

The Staff and Manager were very distracted and unhelpful. When checked in, I was checked into a room already occupied, After given another room, they checked someone else into my room who then entered my room while I was showering. They charged me an additional $20.00 on my second night, the front desk had no reason for this when I was checking out and told me I must contact the manager to have it credited. I was told the manager wasn't there, and to date, I have called 8 times and left 8 messages and have not received any return call. The inside and the outside of the hotel was extremely outdated and the rooms were definitely not up to elite standards for cleanliness.

We stayed for two nights to do the arc encounter and the creation museum. We visited downtown Cincinnati as well and met our one son who was working in the area. The motel was easy to locate and we had a king bedroom with ground access. It worked for us!

It was a short trip with some family business to attend too after a long drive! The room was very comfortable and the bed was super! It is near some major roads but never heard a sound! Great choice of nearby restaurants within walking distance. Staff was super friendly and accommodating!

We were in town visiting our son and we stayed here overnight. The room was clean, had close proximity to highways, had the amenities that we needed, and the value was terrific. The beds were quite comfortable!

We often stay at this hotel often when we come to Cincinnati to visit family. Although the hotel is older in appearance, the rooms are updated, comfortable, and clean, and quiet. Also extremely affordable.

Ended up having to find a motel on short notice after a slight mishap at a friend's house. Booked here as, I have BW rewards and the BW we normally stay at in Cincy was unavailable. I had been wanting to check this one out anyway, due to its proximity to Riverbend Music Center, and was not disappointed,. Great location off 275, lots of food options nearby.

We were having work done at our home and had to vacate for the day/night. The check-in was very easy and quick. The lobby was very clean and orderly. The room was very clean, the comfort station was exceptionally clean. The king size bed was comfortabke beyond belief.

Bugs in room. Spoke directly to manager he assured me that he would have housekeeping address the bugs. Housekeeping never showed up. Manager never offered to change rooms. 30 bugs I killed I have pictures all had to keep all lights on to keep bugs away

Book a room for my wife,daughter, and granddaughter for one night traveling through. Air conditioner was not working properly could not do any adjustments. Room was noisy and had a bad odor. At 11 pm after not getting any sleep went to desk to ask for another room. With Covid 19 going on I ask myself if they inspect these rooms by an authorized person before renting them out to customer. This room should of never been rented period in condition it was in. Paid $100 got Motel 6! Survey from Best Western, all they can say is thank you for your business and letting us know how we can do better. I find this more and more with all Best Westerns unless it in new. I usually do not do reviews but safety and comfort is important.

I let them know multiple times after checkout that I left my federal ID badge in the room. I informed them that it was a criminal offense to dispose of a federal ID badge. My federal ID badge was thrown in the garbage regardless, and all attempts to retrieve it (beginning within an hour of checkout) were ignored. I will be pursuing legal action.

The BEST Best Western!!!! This property is always quiet, the staff is always professional and knowledgeable and the rooms are always clean. I would suggest this hotel to anyone. Great service and exceptionally clean always.

The room itself was great. However getting into room was hard. It was cold and snowing had to walk down steps and to lobby to wait another 5 min to get another key. It was about 30 min before we got into our room. They ran out of breakfast before it was to end and they didn't replace any of the food so I guess it is first come first serve even though that's not how it's supposed to be. Receptionist was great.

I always stay here on my way to and from Florida,which is usually twice a year. Even though some of my favorite people on the staff have moved on,the facility is still consistently way ahead of others that cost even more. Rooms are all clean,with color coordinated decor,and crisp daylight level lighting. There's even a small adjustable light for the laptop,and the Wi Fi connection is fast and easy to use. After driving for about eight hours,I want to unwind and relax,and this place is just where you can do that! ...It's one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed at. For those of you with a dog,there's a generous size dog park on the south end of the facility,complete with pick up bags for your use. Breakfast is great, with everything you need to start your day. ...Just bring back the bacon! When your travels take you anywhere near Cincinnati,this is the place to stay that never disappoints.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The staff was more than helpful with our needs. Breakfast was also very good and hot as well as optional cold breakfast. The amenities were also outstanding, fast internet, fitness center, even though it winter the pool looked well kept.Thank you for a great experience.

The staff was so helpful when an emergency trip due to a parent being admitted to the hospital. They made a stressful trip so much easier! From the ease of making a reservation at a late time of day to a easy check in later that night.

Simple and clean, great hub for access to freeways, grocery stores and food. Staff very friendly, no hassle accommodations. Will definitely stay again next time we are out that way! :) P. S. White Castle is disgusting why do people love that stuff?!

We chose the Best Western Claremont because it is the best in the area and a convenient location for both Amelia and access to downtown along the interstate highway. Clean enough and breakfast until 9AM only is OK, and there are restaurants very close, if needed. Some noise with thin floors and walls, but it was not crowded, and was not a problem. Wi-fi is more troublesome than most, and my key card stopped working on three of our five days, but everything else was fine, and I would choose this hotel again in the future.

I don't usually write reviews however I thought with my stay here I would. It was an enjoyable weekend with a great stay so here it is. It was a sports weekend that we were there for and I was there for 3 nights. I decided on this hotel because of the name and it was close to the team hotel. There is a lot of restaurants around for dinner and the highway right around the corner. I did not hear any traffic so that was a bonus. First the staff was great. They were very helpful and got us into the rooms quickly after 9 hours of travel. They answered all of our questions and needs. They were always friendly and with a smile. The only issue we had was our keys needed to be redone after a day. (probably too close to our cell phones) The young lady behind the counter was very pleasant and quick about the whole thing. Within a few minutes we were back in business. The room itself was clean! Had the usual TV, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. All items were clean and and most of all... the bed was clean with clean sheets. The bed (King) was not too hard. It gave good back support without being sore in the morning. The room itself had a large space, and some may say that it is a little dated (like the bath) but it does look like they are putting work into the hotel. I always had hot water and I did not hear the other guest. The internet was quick and i did not have a problem when were were searching for stuff. There is a small breakfast at the hotel which has cereals, breads, scrambled eggs and sausage and waffles. It is small but it is all you need. It was hot and the food was good. All in all it was a great stay and I will be booking here again when we are back in town.

Great place to stay ! The price for the room was the best around the Cincinnati area for a visit to see my daughter st Xavier University. Breakfast was included with room price and it has a great Buffett!!

Very comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Good food. Traffic can be difficult noise in the morning for some rooms if you are not used to it. Staying in the middle section seems to be the best for me.

We had last minute changes to our lodging needs. I found this gem on TripAdvisor. So glad we did. Very clean, well maintained and the owners pride in this location shows. Had a family suite & met needs!

Room was very clean need better breakfast, not alway content one time with ba con no time just sausage. You can not check early . Which is bad after being on the road all day. Check in could be more friendly.

The only reason we chose to stay at this hotel was that it was pet friendly and smoke-free (though it was obviously smoking was allowed hotel for many years. Our suite smelled horribly stale upon entering and it took several hours with the doors open and a/c on to be able to partially remove the stale smell. The decor is really old, especially the carpet. Thankfully the mattress was fairly comfortable which was a blessing. We stayed 2 nights at this hotel while we were in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. The young gal, Taylor, at the front desk, who checked us in, was especially friendly and very helpful. We give her 10 stars. :) Both mornings when we had breakfast, the gal who took care of the eating area, stayed in the area and watched over everything and everyone in there, possibly to make sure people didn't walk off with food (at least, this is what it felt like). The exterior of the building, the grounds and dog-friendly grassy area with 2 picnic tables was nice. The location off the freeway was handy. However, the interior of the sleeping area and suite area which was in a separate room (and was nice except that our daughter said the pull-out bed was extremely uncomfortable) was so very outdated and this really makes a difference to us in how comfortable we feel in our surroundings. We were disappointed in the amount we paid for what we rec'd. It could be a great hotel if the interior was updated and somehow the horrible stale cigarette smell removed.

I love the location of this spot. When traveling for leisure, I enjoy quiet time so I do not necessarily have to be in the midst of everything. This hotel is near a residential area, close to highway and eateries. Comfortable and peaceful.

the motel is close to everything..l8 minutes from my sons house...and Beehmont ave..have stayed before but now even better with renovations...would recommend it to my family when they so visit my son..

Rooms have always been clean and nothing really wrong with anything in the room, Breakfast is always good and fresh, You never hear any noises at night and you sleep wonderful at night, The a.c is great and cold, The pool is wonderful and clean and never no problems, Staff has always been friendly and kind, I absolutely recommend best western clermont.

The building was in the middle of a remodel and it made it difficult to navigate. No elevator for our handicapped and older ladies. The service people did their best and our ladies didn't complain. Would have liked to provide them with more comfortable surroundings, though.

Room was clean but had a slight odd odor. High speed internet kept cutting out and cell reception was poor. I would stay again, my wife wouldn't. I requested a ground floor long due to wife's disability and they could not out would not accommodate.

The lady at the office sucked. She screwed up royally. Advised at check in that we would pay cash. Card on hold I understand that. 3 time we clarified card would not be charged. At checkout said card charged. Ok fine. But they have 3 holds on my checking for the stay and could care less. Holding a lot of my money Tried to have them remove 2. They can't do that. Have to have me do it. When will he be in. Not till tomorrow sometime and not set hrs. I work and cannot play phone tag all day. They suck. No blanket or bedspread on bed. Coffee at breakfast WAY too strong. Enough rant but I am extremely phased.

Basic motel. Decor is updated, but all fixtures are older. That is all fine and to be expected at a Best Western. However, what is really unfortunate is that this was clearly a SMOKING room that has been rebranded a NONSMOKING room. You can still smell it and it gets on everything - clothes, your hair, etc. Gross.

The exterior of the buildings has been freshly painted and the parking lot has been newly repaved and striped. The grounds were very well maintained including the expansive pet friendly areas. The pool area seemed comfortable, although we did not use it. The rooms appear to be freshly painted and have updated decor. Only downside are the full size beds which we were aware of at booking. They were small, however very comfortable. The room was clean. Bathrooms (although not new) were adequate. Great location near I275.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice clean, quiet rooms. Very comfortable bed, didn't want to get out of it. Was fairly close to our destination of River Bend music center. The only downside was we were under the impression they had a full breakfast but it was only continental which was still good.

Best Western Clermont was very attentive. The rooms were perfectly clean. There staff from front desk to house keeping handled everything perfectly for us. And we are not easily pleased. The pool was always clean. You always see the workers doing something not just standing around twirling there thumbs. You don't see drug addicts walking around. May have a few partiers on weekends for the concerts but never out if control. I will never stay at another hotel in this area again. For the price and breakfast can't beat it. Only problem I had was I put in a wake up call for work which I didn't receive and was 2 hrs late for wwmker

The hotel was a standard no frills hotel. The checkin lady was friendly. The room standard fare. The breakfast area is small. okay otherwise. IF you are looking for a budget place this is nice for that

Our room was poorly cleaned with hairs in the beds, stains and beer caps on the floor. It had broken faucet parts in the bathroom. We had to be moved out of the room. The next room we were provided had a broken nozle on the shower and you could not get the water hot or cold.

I stay here quite often . Their is a friendly staff ,clean and accommodating. You wont find a better deal in the area for what you get .Its close to most of my interest in the area.I refer all my friends and family to this place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room & service were excellent! Towels were replenished and service was good. The breakfast was good although it was the same thing each day. The only thing that we wish was more selections, other than that we would stay again if we come back to the area.

We had a scheduling conflict and tried to switch from a Saturday to a Saturday one week later. The corporate office said that they were able to accomodate us, but it was up to the individual chain as to whether or not they would. The chain in Clermont Ohio would not help us to change our reservation. Rooms were available and there was no cost difference between weekends, but they still said no because it was their policy. The room was non-refundable so they just kept our money and didn't attempt to try and help. We have never had a situation like this before where the hotel was able to help, but completely unwilling. Very poor customer service. Will not stay at a Best Western again.

Even though shows 2 star..we decided to stay based on low price of $85 total for 1 night..beds are new and comfortable..rooms clean...overall very impressed!! This is definitely the hotel for a quiet relaxing night or two...

Room was clean, comfortable and well organized, especially for someone needing universal access. Staff at check-in was polite, professional, courteous and helpful to someone not familiar with the local area. Breakfast area, included with stay, was well organized and food was hot and fresh. It was a bonus that the hotel was just off the I-75 beltway around Cincinati. Overall, it was a very comfortable night's stay.

My wife and I stayed here a few weeks back , my sons school had booked a bunch of rooms here for a sporting event. We got in very late and and had to leave very early the next morning. We got to the room and crashed, needing a good sleep, at 2:30 am someone opened the door to our room!! We called the front office and she said "sorry I didnt know you were in there"? So getting back to sleep and leaving by 5 am was NOT happening, so i rented a room for 2 hours of sleep. Upon returning to the room that afternoon, our room keys did not work. Went to the front office again where i had to give my ID, credit card again was told this was common practice to kill off the room keys every day no matter how long the stay(that is a first for me) When i complaind about how it seemed as if the hotel coundt get the reservations correct and had given our room to someone else in the middle of the night before with us in it, I was told, "just use your deadbolt and it wont be a problem"!!! With my newly programmed key in hand we went to our room, despite having the do not disturb tag still on the door handle, our room had been made up and our things moved around. Once home I found my credit card had been charge for a third night when I had only booked for 2, refund took 2 phone calls and a week to recieve. Do not stay here,This place is a complete Joke, and not a funny one!

I'm just the “light side” of 70 now,and I've traveled extensively in my lifetime,and stayed in dozens,if not hundreds of different hotels,and the Best Western Clermont just keeps on amazing me. Now that I'm firmly entrenched in retirement,I travel to and from Florida, twice a year. First in the late fall, and returning to northern Michigan the following spring. The Best Western Clermont is then either the first leg of my journey,or the last,depending on the time of the year. In either case,after driving almost eight hours,I'm ready to relax at the end of the day,and I don't want any surprises! ...Which is exactly why I always stay at the Best Western Clermont. Coming off I-275 in either direction,at exit 65,you'll want to go west a few hundred feet on OH-125,and then turn left onto Williams Drive (4004 Williams Dr.).There's a White Castle on the corner,and a Big Boy restaurant next to it. Check in is quick,and hassle free, with Theresa's remarkably well trained,and competent staff,and that's just the beginning. The rooms are impeccably clean,and aesthetically very pleasing.Colors are well coordinated,and bright white lighting is plentiful,including a flexible bar lamp to position over your laptop,and the internet is fast and dependable. The TV,and its remote are easy to use,and both the furnishings,and especially the bed, are very comfortable. The toilet is chair height,and the shower controls are easy to use,and there's plenty of hot water. Next to the vanity is a coffee maker,and both regular coffee and decaffeinated are provided. The ice and vending area is in a separate room,adjacent to the pool area,and separated by sound proof doors, so as not to disturb nearby guests in their rooms. There's also a huge grassy area off the side of the main entrance to walk your dog,and there are two refuse containers in the dog area that also offer complimentary plastic bags to clean up after your dog. ...Please use them,as this area is usually pretty clean. The best part, after a restful sleep,is the next morning, when either Jessica,or Debbie, put out a generous,and very tasty breakfast that has everything.Waffles,cereal, hard boiled eggs,bacon,hot sausage,scrambled eggs,fruit,bagels,toast,yogurt,and different juices,and coffee. ...It's all you can eat,and it's complimentary. I always arrive here with great anticipation,and I always leave never being disappointed. We found this hotel via BringFido.com...We were given a room on the first floor with door that opened directly across from grassy area...made it easy to carry in kennel and deal with needs of our dog.

Needed a place to stay near Northern Kentucky University and this one fit the bill. Asked for a quiet room on the ground floor and got one in the back building. Only suggestion would be that the second story would have possibly been quieter as we could hear people above us.

We were on our way home from New Orleans to London, Ontario. After being on the road 12 and 1/2 hours this was a perfect place to get get some well needed rest. Would stay again if we were in the Cincinnati area.

We reserved this hotel months in advance of our trip and had a late arrival. Upon check In we found bugs and hair in our bed, and the room was dirty. We left immediately. Very disappointed. And tired as we couldn't get another room in the area at the late hour on spring break.

We don't usually stay at Best Western hotels but the room was booked for us and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was remodeled and EXTREMELY clean. The hotel is right off the loop on Cincinnati and there are several restaurants in the area. We also had a great time visiting Salem Baptist Church while in the area. We would stay here again!!

We just run in to the hotel after a terrible experience in Red Roof (we were bitten by bed bugs!!!). These two hotels are very close to each other but what a difference!!! The room in Best Western was very clean, comfortable bed and no any bed bugs!!! This is what we needed!!! Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Fast checkin. Cant ask for more! Definitely will recommend this hotel to stay!

The hotel was clean and conveniently located to shopping, movies and restaurants. The beds were very comfy. Overall a great experience for a great price. The only issue during my stay was the person in the room above me, stomping across the floor the entire morning, starting at 6am.

Fast checkin, ground room floor as requested, clean room, good breakfast, fast checkout. Cant ask for more. Good soundproofing as no neighbor noise could be heard. Enough room to stretch legs and area for my therapy dog to comfortably potty.

This hotel was amazing! Breakfast was great, good wifi, our room was cleaned well, and checking in and out was easy. If I am back in Cincinnati anytime soon, I already know where I will be staying. Best Western Clermont it is!

Made a last minute reservation the night before we needed to stay. We only needed to stay one night. Theresa was very helpful when making the reservation over the phone. Got the e-mail confirmation quickly. Theresa was also very helpful when we checked in with pointing out where to eat that was close by. There are lots of Fast food restaurants within walking distance if the weather is nice. We went to Red Lobster to eat which was only a couple miles away by an Olive Garden. The room was clean and had a Coffee maker, Refrigerator and Microwave which came in handy as we brought back food from Dinner. Also Laundry and Work out areas. The beds were comfortable. They even had the room warming up before we checked in. The breakfast had a good variety of food for every one. The girl also made sure to keep it stocked as people were eating. Fresh Coffee or tea in the Lobby 24 hours. We didn't get a chance to use the pool because it was only 25 degrees outside. There are suites for Families that have beds and a couch that opens up to another bed and 2 bathrooms. All rooms are accessed from the outside and lots of lighting. The Hotel is also Pet Friendly which is nice for people traveling with pets. I will definitely stay there again if ever in that area.

Traveling with my daughter from Indiana we stopped for the night to rest. The place was extremely clean and inviting. The breakfast bar was plentiful and clean also. I will definitely remember BW when I travel in the future.

I stay at this place twice a year,when I head down to Florida in the fall,and again when I return in the spring,and every time I do, I'm never disappointed with the facility,or the staff. This place is very well maintained,the grounds are impeccably clean,and spend a few minutes with any of the staff,and you'll know why. Theresa is the general manager,and she runs a tight ship,that never lists. When I checked in a couple of weeks ago,I met Christine,and she was just great to talk with, after eight hours on the road. The room was clean,and everything was in its place. Lighting was abundant and bright,there were no unpleasant odors,or malfunctioning equipment,and these rooms are quiet! The pet area is very generously sized at the rear of the property,and is kept well maintained,and clean. My exterior door light burned out overnight,and just after sunrise,Azat had it promptly changed. ...You can tell these people take a lot of pride in their work,and how they present themselves to the general public. I slept like a rock,but the next morning, I couldn't wait to pop out of bed,and get Debbie's great breakfast,with scrambled eggs,sausage,bacon,fresh fruit and juice,along with pastries and waffles. A great breakfast like this, really sets your mood for the day ahead,and for me,it's just another stay with these folks, that never disappoints.

I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy upon arrival. The receptionist asked multiple times if there was anything additional needed for my stay. Very pleasant staff from check in to breakfast, cleaning staff and check out.

I chose this hotel because it was pet friendly. I have never traveled with a pet before so this was a new experience for me. I was turned away from another hotel that was advertised as pet friendly, but when I arrived they said they are not. So, I was stuck in Cincinnati with a dog, a husband and 3 boys. I called the Best Western Clermont to make sure they were pet friendly as advertised and they were. I received the very best customer service from the lady at the front desk. She made my reservation over the phone and was ready and waiting to check us in when we arrived. The hotel was in excellent condition, very clean and appealing. Everything was modern and very nicely maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and we truly appreciated the excellent customer service provided by the front desk staff.

Basic but very nice- plenty of outlets for charging devices, clean, nice water pressure in shower, near lots of shops & restaurants. Staff very nice and helpful. Plenty of parking, vending machines on site, and my husband loved the fitness room!

Nice room at a good price. We booked it through Booking.com sight unseen as we knew we wanted to see some things in Cincinnati. Room was quiet and seemed to be recently redone. We had a good stay. Just be aware that this motel has outdoor entrances to all rooms. We don't have a problem with that, but I hear some do.

If you check in at stated check-in time, perhaps your experience would be different, but checking in late, after 9:30p and being on the road all day, even though you call and let the motel staff know you will be late, was a disaster. The night clerk was half awake and not at all interested in giving any customer service and he had given our requested room away and at first said he only had 1 room left and it was on 2nd floor - my husband has bad knees and took the time to ask for a 1st floor room when he reserved the room. Finally was given a 1st floor handicap room which was completely unacceptable as far as room, comfort and livability. Great location, but disappointed in the room and the service. We won't stay here again. Also, the clerk told us they don't take reservations.

Standout breakfast! Great variety that all my children could enjoy without complaint. Worker was ghelpful at check-in to provide restaurants close to hotel. Rooms were clean and could and looked rexently remodeled. The only complaint I had was the grout around the tub appeared old and dusty/dirty. The bathroom was very small but functional. A good place just to stay the night. I would not want to stay much longer since it was small.

This is an older hotel/inn but in very good condition. The location is great, the room was clean and updated. The internet worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable and I loved all the pillows! I will definitely come back to this Best Western.

Service was amazing from staff, room was immaculate! When we come back to Cincinnati to revisit the zoo, we will most definitely stay here again! We slept late and missed breakfast, but next time we will be sure to get up for it because I hear it's great!!

Stayed here because of past experience. I will return again anytime I go to the area. It is close to Connect Christian Church, and is right off of the freeway. The staff is excellent! The rooms are clean!

I went there with 3 buddies for a golf weekend, we had (2) rooms with 2 beds. I asked for adjoining rooms which they accommodated us with no problem. This is not a luxury property but we did not pay for one. When we go back for another golf weekend I will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, close to I275, lots of restaurants within few minutes drive. Big Boy and White Castle within walking distance. Hotel is very clean, nice landscaping, great dog area. Rooms are good size, updated, plenty of parking. Very pleasant front desk. Hot breakfast buffet (included in the room price) available 6am to 9am. Scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs , bacon, sausage, cereal, hot waffles, fruits, juices, coffee. Everything you need to start your day. Definitely a hotel to consider when visiting Cincinnati

We found our room very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. It was easy to get to from the highway. The only negative was that the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors. We would stay there again.

Went to a Bengals game with some friends, downtown was too expensive, this motel was 15-20 min out from downtown, right off the beltloop, good neighborhood, plenty of restaurants nearby, staff great, rooms excellent. A downtown feel for about $100 cheaper!

They took my card and promised they wouldn't take any money out since I was paying in cash. They took out 3 separate charges totaling $160 wich they could not remove or explain. I tried to talk to the manager for 5 days and had to call corporate to even get him to call me. They finally refunded most of my money, but still owe me $24. All this not to mention they charged me $50 more than they told me when I made the reservation .

We stayed at this hotel for one night while attending a concert. Arrived around 1:30pm, seeing if we could check in early. The lady said yes, but it would be a $15 charge OR we could wait until 2:00pm & a room would be ready. Left to get a snack & came back at 2:45pm. The lobby was full of people & the lady told everyone they had to wait until 3pm. Ok, fine. Got checked in & went to the room. There was a beer can in the bathroom garbage & urine in the toilet. Disgusting! Room smelled old & the TV remote did not work. The bed was hard & pillows were small & uncomfortable. Highly disappointed!!! Stay elsewhere!!!

The room was fairly clean, some mildew in the tub and the blankets were dirty. The breakfast was good, with a wide assortment of food and beverages, from fruit, yogurt, toast, waffles, cereal, eggs, etc.

I traveled with a group and this hotel was a great place to stay being that q+t was close to restaurants and other places. Hotel staff members Debbie and Adrian were the absolute best in their dedication to professionalism, caring and having an esprit de corps attitude! Only thing missing and it was a Biggie...was all you got was One shampoo and One little bar of soap!!! Don't expect Any conditioner to go along with that shampoo as you would at ANY other hotel/motel because this location figures YOU don't need it!

Older hotel next to Interstate. Restaurant attached was very good but this BW did not supply breakfast so you are pretty much stuck there. We had a room facing traffic....big mistake but it was easy to park and walk to restaurant. A better room would have been on the other side, maybe not as noisy. Location is good as it is easy to get on and off Interstate.

Average, middle of the road hotel, with hotel doors going to the outside. I didn't know this when I booked it. There are no elevators to the second floor so our daughter with an injured ankle had to navigate the stairs. The front desk clerk said the room size we requested was not available on the first floor. The room was requested for five. It came with two rooms, two bathrooms, two double beds on one side & a sleeper sofa on the other. I did like the spacious suite as the two bathrooms makes it much easier to get ready in the morning. The sinks are part of the open room though so early risers getting ready will disturb any guests still sleeping. The first night the room was not cleaned. We asked the cleaning lady to come back because we were still getting ready in the morning but she could not speak English. I called and complained & the next night it was cleaned. It should be a requirement that employees need to learn some English if they work at an English speaking establishment as miscommunication leads to poor customer service. The pool is outside. There is a washer/dryer, ice & vending machine at the end of the hotel next to the pool. The breakfast area in the lobby is the smallest I have ever been to at a BW. The best thing to do at this hotel is to get your food and bring it back to your room. The location is great as it is located right next to the freeway with plenty of places to eat. Right next door is a White Castle & Bob's Big Boy. We stayed here to visit Kings Island which was about a 25 minute drive from the hotel.

We've been to a big Geocaching Event in Cincinnati and choosed the Best Western. We arrived really late (around midnight) and got a very warm welcome. The room was really nice with a little bathroom. We had a fridge, TV, good internet, and (thank god) air condition. We tried the really good and fresh breakfast and enjoyed our stay very much!

This hotel was very expensive ($250 USD per night) for what you got. The room was clean but that's the only good thing that I can say. The furnishings were worn as were the light fixtures. The rooms are not very well insulated. The complementary breakfast ends promptly at 9:00 every day of the week.

The hotel was a perfect place to stay for me and my 1 year old Australian Shepherd. There is a dog park right next to the hotel which was extremely accommodating! The breakfast was really good and the fitness center offered what a person needs to get a good work out. Staff was great! Highly recommend!

We had a Good nights rest and would have no problem staying again.. Had no issues with the staff and it was pet friendly. Plenty of hot water. And coffee was always fresh... no noise problem either.....

I stayed here for one night. The room was clean, amenities were fine, and space was generous. Location is off the highway, however you have to turn onto a side street to access the hotel. Walking distance to a few eateries, but it's a short Uber ride to anywhere else you'd need to go. I would stay here again

I need to start this with a disclaimer. I have never, in all of my years travelling, written a negative review on a property. I really am not one to complain. That being said, here we go. When we first arrived, we were impressed with how nice the outside and front desk area looked. Very up to date, modern and comfortable. However, the moment we stepped into our room, we were met with a disgusting smell that we could not get over. It smelled of chemicals, but not a bleach or ammonia smell. Straight up stunk, y'all. After dealing with it for a few minutes, even letting our door hang wide open to get the smell to dissipate, we couldn't get it to go away, so we called the front desk. They told us it was

Convenient location to interstate. Wide variety of restaurants close by. Comfortable beds. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast included which my husband was very pleased with. No issues whatsoever

This is the place to stay if you're in Cincinnati! The rooms are clean and fresh, everything works properly, and the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The value for the price can't be beat!

This hotel was perfect for us. The location could not have been better. Close to the Newport Aquarium and the Cincinnati Zoo. Many food choices, grocery, any shopping that we needed. The hotel is extremely pet friendly. We don't have a dog, but many people had their dogs. Infact our only issue is our room smelled like pet accidents when we got there. I bought a candle the next day and that solved the issue. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. Breakfast was very good. The staff were very nice. It is hard to find a nice hotel with outside rooms which I prefer. I am very pleased we stayed here.

This Best Western is as convenient as you can get. Being located at 275 and Beechmont Avenue, you have immediate access to the outer belt and Beechmont has many restaurants, stores — just about anything you need. I stay here often. The staff is always friendly and they go out to their way to make certain that I have a pleasurable stay.

We stayed here for a local soccer tournament. The rooms were clean and there was free breakfast included in the price which was decent. I didn't realize it was a hotel with outdoor access to every room. So, just beware, if you have an aversion as I do, this may not be the place for you!

Friendly and quick check in. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, fruit, etc. Very good. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Plenty of towels. Plenty of space to walk dogs with bags available. Had room in building by interstate and facing interstate but did not notice any noise.

This hotel doesn't stand out from the outside, but the rooms are great! They look like they've been remodeled recently, and are very clean. Each room has a mini-fridge and microwave and is quite comfortable. The beds are very firm, but comfortable. Housekeeping does a great job, both in the rooms and at breakfast. We checked in late (11:30 p.m.) and Debbie was very welcoming. Breakfast consisted of make-your-own waffles, scrambled eggs, and meat (sausage or bacon), as well as cereal, fruit, etc. It was very good and well maintained. Our room faced the highway, but we could not hear anything. The hotel was very quiet. My one complaint is that the pool area kept running out of towels. We walked back to the room dripping, but it couldn't be helped! I also wish there was an adults-only time later in the evening, but that's not a big deal. The price for this hotel was great, and it's located right off of 275. I recommend this hotel to others staying in the area!

I chose this place because it popped up as dog friendly. Wow what a nice place. The nice reviews were accurate. Quaint as it was like a motel from the 50's, even had a drive up check in window. VERY WELL MAINTAINED! New landscaping. Very pretty outdoor pool (from a distance for us) Clean, new furnishings. Comfortable beds. Nice staff. Typical breakfast, good coffee. Keep in mind it's motel style where the rooms are accessed from outside. Wasn't a problem for us as there was ample parking. Also there is no elevator also not a problem for us. Only complaint was a aged shower curtain.

We were visiting family in rural southwestern Ohio, and this was a reasonably close location, with very easy on-and-off highway access. We really appreciated the warm welcome we received on arrival. This makes such a difference when you stagger in stiffly after a long drive. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the room was immaculate. Breakfast offered an excellent variety - Greek yogurt and fresh fruit were my choice, while my husband opted for eggs. The hotel was quite full, and I was concerned that breakfast seating might be too limited, but somehow things flowed very smoothly as some people left as others were arriving. The attendant did a great job keeping the food supply replenished as the guests rolled in. We were a bit too early for pool season, but the pool area looked very nice. There's also a spacious grassy area for exercising pets, playing with children, or picnicking. The hotel is in close proximity to dozens of eateries - walking distance, but I don't advise walking on Route 125. For great walking, running, and general recreation, take a short drive to Woodland Mound Park. We were really impressed with how quiet our room was — no noise from other guests OR the busy highways nearby. This is a great choice for visits to the Cincinnati area and points east.

The breakfast was good with scrambled eggs and bacon cooked just the way I like it! There was no elevator for any upstairs rooms, but the room was clean and comfortable. Nothing special, but did the job. The air conditioner was a bit too active and we had to turn it off to stop from being too cold, but I would rather it be that way than too hot in an upstairs room. Staff was friendly.

This was our first time at this hotel and the stay was wonderful. The front desk staff were extremely accomodating and helpful. Although this is an older hotel, the rooms are all updated, clean and comfortable. The hotel is quiet and the free breakfast is always a plus! We will be staying here again!

We stayed for three nights to attend the geocaching event at Coney Island. The room we had, although clean, was very small, and greatly overpriced. There were no discounts, ie, Sr, Vet, AARP, AAA available, so we ended up paying almost $475 USD for the 3 nights. I nearly disemboweled myself when I entered the room, as the chair was left right in front of the doorway. The beds were barely double-sized - I'm 6' and my feet were over the edge. Despite that, the mattresses were comfortable. There were only toiletries for a single person. The was a working microwave/coffeemaker and refridgerator, as well as a good flat-screen. Outlets were few and far between. Good thing I brought a power bar. Breakfast was okay - typical for this setting. On the second day there was no fruit available. I suppose this was an improvement over the withered apples that looked like they'd been on display for months. Staff was pleasant, but i was not impressed with this facility, especially after staying in other properties under the Best Western/Plus brand in North America and Europe. Definitely overpriced for the value we received. Suggest you try one of the many newer properties in the area first.

This was just an average hotel. Has some age on it. The pool looked nice although we didn't use it. The room was clean. My wife thought the beds were uncomfortable, but I didn't notice too much. The breakfast was quite good; they even had bacon, which I don't often see. Staff was nice and efficient. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Would stay again. A little pricey for my taste, was the difference for 3 days vs. 4 days. Breakfast and WiFi was good. Son enjoyed the pool one day that we had free time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy access to food and gas and the Interstate I-275

Our air conditioner did not work, they couldn't do anything until maintenance arrived at 8 am, finally fixed by 12 the next day. Manager avoided me, wouldn't discount the room and gave me a $5 gift card for a future stay, which will NEVER happen.

This hotel is satisfactory in every way, superior in no ways. Room is average size. Breakfast is average in quality and variety--no bacon or sausage but plenty of other stuff. Reception was fine--the woman there in the morning more helpful and cheerful than the one on duty during the evening.

Close to major roadways, but still a quiet stay in a good location for east Cincinnati. Parking is adequate with easy access. The hotel is aging but maintenance and updates keep this a comfortable hotel. Good room design, average to slow internet. An electrical outlet for plug-in hybrid and electric car owners would be a nice addition.

If you would have told me one of my happiest memories tied to my wedding would be a hotel, I would never have believed you. The Best Western Clermont is a wonderful hotel, in a great location, with super clean rooms, and excellent staff. Beginning with setting up my group block a few months ago through our stay, everyone cared. I mean genuinely cared. No fake smiles, no over the top congratulations, it was genuine. The people that work at this place really truly care that you have everything you need, and I even overheard an employee ask a guest if she needed a hug (I think they were there for a funeral). Theresa, who handles sales, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, and even made suggestions for vendors when I asked and shared neat ideas other brides had shared with her. A lot of places will gouge you if you mention you need anything for wedding, but not this place. I really appreciate that the rate was absolutely fair; it speaks to the "character" of the hotel. Being local, I knew this place was there, but never really thought of it much. This is because it is right there on Beechmont Avenue and a stone's throw from I-275, but it is hidden and fenced off. The grounds are kept really well maintained, and there is a lot of grass and trees. My uncle loved walking around in the morning, he said it was super relaxing. My aunt could not find anything to complain about, which, trust me, is huge. Well, the pool is outdoor and doesn't open for a few weeks, but she got over that. She said she will be using it in a couple of months when she comes back to Cincinnati. I read a lot of reviews but have never written one. I am so impressed with this hotel, I felt I should let others know how great it is. If you are having your wedding, coming for vacation, or even if you are just passing through, consider the Best Western Clermont. It was the best hotel experience I have ever had.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Room was clean and had good appearance. Very satisfied overall. Breakfast options were average and what i would expect. Read a complaint about highway noise but I did not hear any at all.

I have stayed at this facility several times now, as I travel back and forth to Florida in the fall, returning again in the spring when I migrate back to northern Michigan. I'm a retired business owner, so I look for the smallest details that tell me how a business is run, beginning with the people that work there,and the business itself thereafter. Beginning with my very first contact on the phone with Theresa, and later when I checked in with Azat, I have been consistently impressed with the staff and their energetic, positive attitude. And then there's the grounds, and of course the rooms. The grounds are impeccably clean, and well manicured,even the oversized dog park, with pick up bags provided. The areas around the outside are well lit at night, and there's a generous amount of parking. ...The rooms are the best part. You can tell someone really thought it through when they designed, and finished these rooms. Everything is well coordinated, with the color scheme,the bedding, and especially the daylight quality of the interior lighting. When I was there, they were even going further, with the installation of bright,angled bar lighting that extends over the work area where a lap top would likely be.A nice addition that is just now being added is flexible shaft lighting that can be adjusted to provide lighting if you're trying to read in bed. Showers are brisk, and can be adjusted to suit every user, and the water isn't just warm,it's as hot as you might like it. And the best part, after a restful sleep, is the breakfast they put on every morning from 6 AM to 9:00. This is a real, hot breakfast, with scrambled eggs,sausage,and bacon.Also included are two types of fresh juice,coffee,bagels,different types of toast,yogurt, and cereal.Hot waffles as well! ...This isn't some skimpy,cold arrangement of muffins,cereal, and watery coffee! It's the real thing. And a wonderful,happy gal named Debbie makes it all possible, every morning for you to enjoy. What more can I say,than this is the place to stay, because if it's the “little things” that count,they all add up at the Best Western Clermont!

The rooms were very clean and neat. The front desk help was very helpful and quick. The breakfast was one of the best i have had a hotel. You can tell they take a lot of pride in the appearance and the landscaping was in great shape.

I stay at this Best Western often. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. When I walk through the lobby for breakfast, they always greet me. It's quiet, convenient and White Castle is right there. Lol.

Clermont is party of Cincinnati which is a huge city. We took the exit #65 off I-275 and to our surprise, there it was right across the street from us, no searching required. The B.W. Clermont is an older facility, however the staff has done a remarkable job at keeping up with the times. Example: It started snowing that evening and we immediately heard a staff member blowing the light snow from all walkways. No chance of slippage or a fall. Katie, in the office was extremely well trained and made our check in very pleasant. We thank everyone involved at this hotel.for making our 1 night stay a very rewarding experience. Keep up the great work every body.

I love this place. Immaculate, inexpensive, very helpful staff. My son moved to a home nearby, and they just had their first baby. Chose this Best Western for convenience, and really like it. I've traveled a lot, stayed at the best hotels, but I sleep better here than anywhere. I left my iPad in my room last visit. They called me as soon as they found it, and sent it to me immediately, along with a Christmas card from the Manager (she's wonderful). We will keep returning,

This place continues to amaze me with both its staff, and the facility itself. When I checked in on November 29th. after eight hours of driving,I was enthusiastically greeted by both Jessica, and my favorite,Theresa,that I've dealt with before on previous stays. I got my favorite room, that I reserved almost a month before, with “Azzat”,another outstanding staff member who listens well and does his best to please. The rooms here are amazingly quiet,impeccably clean, and tastefully appointed. Lighting is bright,the TV remote is easy to use,and the beds are so comfortable, it's hard to stay awake! The bathroom offers chair height toilets, and an invigorating shower that finishes up with thick thirsty towels. ...Nothing gets overlooked, and the free breakfast is the best I've had at a hotel,ever. A unique blend of meticulous planning and design, matched with an unparalleled professional staff, that produces the optimum experience, unequaled in the area for the discerning traveler. A rare find it remains, and in a class by itself, it shall stay!

Stayed here while on the road. Very nice hotel. Great location. Restaurants within walking distance. in them morning, the breakfast was the best I've had in a hotel!!! Was terrific. If in the area, will for sure stay here again.

We stayed here on our way south. We needed a midway stopping point. We were very unsure where to stay but chose here based on reviews. Confusing to get to a little but convenient. Friendly staff. Very updated. Good all around! Reviews really appropriate!

Check-in and chexk out were fast and easy. Hotel is right off of the highway, which is nice. It was also relatively quiet, and we were on the 1st floor. Teresa was very nice, always answered the phones, and took the time to print out a list of local restaurants. Breakfast was hot, and nice....they offered a to-go breakfast when we woke up after it ended, which was cool. Beds were a little too firm for my liking, but I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the furniture was. It was also clean to the level you'd get at a 4 or 5 star place. Overall, no complaints!

Went there without reservations. Front desk personnel very nice and accommodating. This location is a motel rather than a hotel. Our room was clean, quiet, nicely appointed, great beds (2Q) and linens. Bathroom small but very nice; good shower, nice shampoo, conditioner, lotion. Good breakfast. Was a little tricky finding the place at first (it's tucked away off a small street), but once we knew where it was, it was no problem getting onto the highway from there. Would definitely stay there again. Much more reasonable price-wise than other places in the area.

WOW! I had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Clermont Hotel and I was overwhelmed with the staff and cleanliness. Breakfast was great and the attendant was wonderful. The rooms were quiet and clean, but most of all the beds were SO comfortable! I will be staying here again on my next visit to Cincinnati.

We booked two rooms here for three nights while visiting the ark encounter. We met Teresa at front desk and what a joy. She is pleasant and willing to help in any way. The rooms were clean and the bed although just full size were comfortable. The breakfast is great with full line of breakfast items and not prepackaged stuff. Well presented and hostess very nice. I observed a checkin of a bus load of seniors citizens and they had not designated that they needed all ground floor rooms when booking and Teresa handled it with such grace and ease. Great job to all.

Don't let the exterior entrances fool you, this is a high quality, extremely comfortable property with an outstanding staff! I was impressed from the moment that I pulled in and saw the fresh paint on the exterior and the incredibly clean and modern design in the lobby and breakfast room. The room did not disappoint either. I slept better on that wonderful mattress than I have at home in months! I can't recommend this property enough and I can't wait to visit again for my next trip to Cincinnati!

Cleanest , best maintained hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff are top notch working hard to ensure a great experience. All outside and inside facilities were very well maintained. Staff were busy pressure washing outside and checking rooms and taking care of them , ensuring all remained top notch. Check in was fast and professional, area was very clean... Breakfast is served in a nice clean room off of the office area. Great value and many options for food/shopping nearby.

We stayed in this nice hotel. The reception we got was warm and we got good information over what you can do in Cincinatti. We received an upgrade and had a spacious room. In the morning they serve a wonderful breakfast. Every staffmember we met was always very friendly and helpfull.

If staying on 1st floor be prepared for a noisy night if there is someone above you sounded like a herd of elephants walking above bed or something upstairs was squeaking 1st room was dirty and rug was threadbare I won't be stay there again

I stayed here before on my way back from Washington on my way back to Virginia. A friend and I rode up just for the weekend. I was married to a girl from the area and have always liked it so I came back for a visit.

Extremely clean and fairly comfortable. Lobby and breakfast area seem newly remodeled. Breakfast items were hot, good quality and nice selection. $100 for a weeknight seemed pricey though for an outdoor entrance Motel room, but compared to others in the area it was a decent price.

Very friendly and helpful staff. This was one of the cleanest and nicest hotels we have stayed in. The breakfast was over the top in quality and variety. Value far exceeded the price we paid for our stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I came to Cincinnati for a concert and I found this hotel online while comparing prices and location. We didn't want to stay too far away because we like to taxi most of the time. The hotel was very reasonable in price and clean. The staff was very friendly.

Everything at this hotel was geared toward the sucessfull stay of the guest. Everything was quality and done to perfection. Not a hotel that cuts every corner they can. This was all quality in every expect from the room to the breakfast. Great stay and would do it again.

Staff at front desk was friendly & helpful gave us help about traffic for the next morning to be on our way home. Room was comfortable and clean, bathrooms need updating. Lots of choice for breakfast, need to pay more attention to keeping hot food filled.

Air conditioner only goes down to 70 so you need to bring your own fan. You need to get up early to get food and juice that is not watered down. Room was quiet. No extras...just average. OK for the $$.

We stayed overnight on our way to view the eclipse and had a great stay. The hotel was awesome for the price. It was clean and decently updated! I was not nervous walking into the place. We stayed with my 3 year old son and our 9 week old service dog in training (they do allow pets). Breakfast was your normal continental and was overlooked by a worker. Not busy at all. Very impressed and would definitely stay again.

I spent one night at the BW on my way to the tennis tournament in Mason. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had hot water, and the bathroom was clean. My room faced I-275, which was quiet through the night, but got noisy about 6 am.The hotel has two levels, with the second level only accessible by stairs. If you have mobility issues, ask for a room on the ground floor, facing the inner parking area. The breakfast was the usual: waffles, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, juice, and breakfast breads. Check-in and check-out were pleasant experiences. I'd stay here again. Normally my husband tries to book a Marriott Courtyard or Residence Inn. Although this hotel is a bit more dated, the updated room was nice.

I was very pleased with this motel. I was fearful it would not be clean, on the contrary the room was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I would stay here again if I pass thru Cincinatti. I was pleasantly surprised.

It's close to riverbend. Like the outdoor pool. Very affordable. If you're looking for luxury, this isn't the place for you. But it is clean. Lots of pizza delivery places around. Easy to get to off the interstate. *&%$#@#$%^()&^%

We have come twice to visit family in E Cincinnati and were very pleased to have discovered this Best Western Clermont hotel. It has been remodeled extensively since were were there in 2015, and we enjoyed it even more in 2017. Very convenient to our family as well as restaurants, convenience stores, and such on Beechmont Ave. In 2017 we were attending a funeral, and the hotel staff offered a bereavement discount as well as compassion. Really super breakfast and even 4 "to go" breakfast bags because we left so early for the airport.

Very nice, very co0nvenient, staff was very helpful.......only problem was the shower faucet and water spout was very loose...notwell constructed.....needs some attention......room was confortable and clean.....can'tget any better thanthat

We enjoyed staying at this hotel overnight. Everything was clean and as expected. We did not try the breakfast in the morning as we were headed out early. The staff was friendly and we were happy with the overall appearance with the hotel. Would like if they had elevators however for the second floor rooms.

I recently stayed at this BW. I was impressed with the breakfast. However, I checked in at approximately 940PM local time and was told both the pool and the fitness center close at 10. I was also told they both open at 9am. I was surprised and disappointed about the fitness center. The next morning at check-out the manager asked about my stay and I voiced that I thought the fitness center should have longer hours. He made a noise but did not even acknowledge my statement. Why ask how everything was but not even recognize my statement???

They lady that checked us in was very helpful. I accidentally book my reservation for the wrong month but she fixed it and we was able to stay. The rooms were clean and we loved the pool. We will Definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay with our Labrador retriever. There was a very nice place to walk the dog. It is conveniently located right off of I-275. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was a typical breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, assorted muffins, seasonal fruit, yogurt, cereal, and juice.

We stayed at the Best Western Clermont because of its convenient location near I-275. For me, it's most important that a hotel have good mattresses and comfortable room temperature. The mattresses were great, and the thermostat made it possible to adjust the room temperature precisely. The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast (typical hotel breakfast) was great, but the hours need to be adjusted later. 6-9 is too early for weekend travelers. This led to a lack of seating on Saturday morning as families with young children hurried in just before 9:00. Our family enjoyed swimming in the outside pool, which was clean and well-maintained.

I am very particular about cleanliness and I would definitely stay here whenever I am in the area. Room was quiet. I parked in front of my room door. The staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was clean and had variety.

This is a motel style hotel that we chose because of its proximity to a regatta venue where my son was rowing at. The property is very dated. Bathroom small and "plastic" style. Covers, sheets and bed linen all very old fashioned. Bath towels old and relatively small. I didn't expect much truthfully, but this was sub standard at the rate they charged. (And I get it that once that massive regatta is on that's their time to jack up the rate). If not for the great front service I would give this property a two.

We stayed over spring break and just loved it. Very convenient, right off the freeway,.Glad I read the reviews before we went, because finding the entrance was a little tricky. Breakfast was great and the staff was very welcoming. Would stay again if we are out that way.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We Came for a concert at riverbend. The pool is so clean and top notch! Everyone that works here is so Accommodating and we will all certainly return. We usually stay at another hotel nearby, but the hospitality, and care of this property makes me feel like we can come back year after year. And it is very easy to access from the highway

We enjoyed that our room was on the first floor and our vehicle was parked right outside the door. Room was clean and the air conditioning was cold. We were in town for a family getaway and we enjoyed our stay.

They tried to recharge me the 430.00 again and spent 15 to 20 minutes trying to get it figured out. Thank god I saved my proof of paying in my email even tho it took the clerk forever to get all straightened out.

This Best Western was closer to an old motel. They all had outside room access. My room was 82 degrees when I entered later at night. It took it all night to cool the room into the mid seventies. The carpet was coming up just inside the doorway. The room did seem to be clean. The wifi kept going in and out (too far from access point). I woke up with two bug bites on my arm. I don't think this hotel deserves the 2.5 star rating. The room wasn't worth the cost. The best thing about this motel, was the location to the freeway. I didn't try the breakfast.

Well. Do not out a family with 3 kids in a room that clearly has been smoked in, had no padding under the carpet as the flooring was carpet tile and had water damage as the door casing was swollen and had nails exposed over 1/2" put of the wood. We were given another room that did not smell like smoke, did have actual carpet with padding and no exposef nails but when the manager says they would give me a discount for the issues I do not feel like 20.00 for a 3 day stay is very customer accommodating.

Nice, clean, somewhat reasonable rates with AAA discount. Placed me and the people behind me beside each other right down from the office. The other building was seeminly empty due to zero cars parked in front of it. A little while into my stay, they started pressure washing directly above my room. Called and suggested I move my car so it didn't get wet. Was trying to rest up for a big dinner presentation. Moved my car, tried to sleep again, the noise was too much. Left and went to another hotel. Ridiculous to not have placed me in the empty building when they had to know they were going to be pressure washing exactly above the room they put me in.

Stayed here for two nights. Nothing super-fancy, but a good value--especially for a pet-friendly hotel. Clean, recently redecorated, so looked great. Bed comfort was great. Staff was very accommodating.

This is an older "motel" type inn. But don't let that deter you. It was very well kept up with fresh paint on everything including the inside of the rooms. The grounds were neat and well- maintained. The neighborhood felt safe as well. It is right next to the interstate, so there is some highway noise, but it didn't bother us.The rooms were just average hotel décor, but they were very clean and everything worked as it should. We had five rooms and they were all clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was very nice and well- presented. The staff was very friendly. This is a good value for the money. I would stay there again.

I reserved on line an called the hotel to verify a first floor room. When we arrived,I was told Room was on the 2nd floor, the Night Manager said she (they) can't change a reservation. I volunteered to pay the extra charge if there was one. Motel couldn't have been half full, it was after midnight. She was almost nasty. She needs to talk to the manager about their policy. Really poor customer service!

This was my first time traveling alone and I felt very safe. It was convenient to my plans. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with great selection. I will stay here again.

En route to nashville we needed a stop over near Cincinnati and our preferred one in the SW was full. Went 15 minutes out of our way to find another BW, this in the south east quadrant. This is one of the low end BW's i.e. old thin wall motels, recently renovated and cleaned up. Good points; short notice availability, all staff really friendly, clean large rooms. Bad points; noise from people accessing their room, poor beds and terrible sheets or mattress covers that cause sweating, thin walls.

they staff was great at check in and very friendly. I found the room in excellent condition, very clean and without any of those "hotel odors" you sometimes run across. The bed was very comfortable and shower pressure was fantastic!

Hotel is always clean, desk personnel helpful and prompt during check-in and check-out. Beds are very comfortable, room larger in size vs standard hotel rooms. Air conditioner/heater was very loud but provided "white noise" which we appreciated. Request a room facing away from freeway to limit noise. Breakfast has standard options with some hot foods.Price was high for this weekend - not a great value when only staying for 8 hours.

We stop at this hotel each year on our way back from our annual golf and are never dissatisfied with the value or the service we receive. Shopping; Services and Restaurants are all close by for your convenience.

We stayed here for a soccer game in the area booked thru a sports travel company. All the rooms facing the Big Boy restaurant smell, smoky and musty. People stand outside and smoke and the smell comes in the rooms. Even the staff smoke right outside the front entrance. Rooms are shabby, walls paper thin and you can hear everything from every other room. Do not stay here! I would have left if not staying with the soccer team.

Don't write off this place because it is a 'motel'. This property has been recently renovated and my family and I did not feel unsafe at all. The location was convenient to Lake Harsha (for a regatta) and Cincinnati. Staff incredibly friendly. Fitness center brand new. Rooms clean, but pullout bed not comfy and full size beds a bit uncomfortable. If you have gadgets to plug in, you won't find many outlets and none at nightstand. Consider skipping the breakfast if place is full -- not worth the hassle unless you're only going for the Greek yogurt or bagged instant oatmeal.

I really classify this hotel as a motel. It was clean. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. I was skeptical going in as this was the only place we could find a room available. But the experience was great and I would stay here again!!

It's rare, but every so often you stay at a hotel that is so perfectly planned, and perfectly managed, that you want to keep it a secret, but that wouldn't be fair to travelers that are looking just for what I found, nor to those who worked so hard to make it a reality, including the wonderful staff. Starting with a direct phone call, I got a clear speaking young lady named Theresa, who meticulously took my reservation, and who listened to my needs, then promptly sent a confirming E mail, just seconds later that accurately detailed my stay in every way. When I checked in, on April 1st, I was greeted by an equally impressive, articulate young man named “Azat”, who gave me a nice quiet room,just like I asked for when I made my reservation. ...No surprises, no excuses! The room was impeccably clean, professionally decorated,and with subtle,but significant improvements compared to the other places I've stayed, that promise everything, but then fall short. The lighting was uniformly bright,with white light,not dim yellow. The TV remote was easy to understand, and internet access was fast and easy. The toilet was quiet and quick,not like other places, where the toilet sounds like Niagara Falls. The shower head had numerous settings from brisk to gentle,and nothing was cramped. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the pillows held your head perfectly level. For those that have learned to stay away from anything close to the ice machines, and vending area,you'll appreciate that the ice machine, the laundry facilities, and the vending machines are all enclosed in a separate annex, at the end of the facility, and behind sound proof doors. I was only about a 100 yards away from a busy interstate,but once you're in your room you'd never know it. ...It was quiet. Somebody gave this place a lot of thought in the planning process. But, the best part was the next morning, when the hotel serves what I consider a gourmet breakfast in a sparkling clean dining area, complete with everything you'd want to start the day. Waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon,bagels,muffins, several kinds of toast, choices of juice,coffee,etc.and even fruit and yogurt. ...I was stuffed! As I left for the final leg back home to northern Michigan, my last conversation was with Debbie, who wanted to know how things went during my stay. I told her what I'm telling everyone now, this is a first class place, with first class staff. I can't wait to return next fall. It's a rare find, that's going to be hard to keep secret. So, I won't even try. Stay here, you'll be as impressed as I was. And that's coming from an old Curmudgeon.

Booked this site online, but pictures were not totally truthful. The hotel was an older style, exterior entrance facility. Room was musty smelling and small. Desk staff was friendly. Location was ok, but entrance was awkward - through a neighborhood. Lots of mid-range/low end shopping and restaurants.

Room was clean and everything in good working order. Pull out bed in suite was terrible. Breakfast ended one day just because...?? Stayed on a weekend yet there was never any biscuits and gravy? I received zero points for a 2 night suite stay?? This hotel was rude inconsistent and uncomfortable post check in.We will never stay in this area or hotel again.

I had a very comfortable 3 night stay. I could bring my dog which is why I chose this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Loved having a warm breakfast as it was rather chilly outside. The location was great and easy on and easy off to go site seeing, Being by myself I felt very safe. Room was quite even those the hotel is close to the highway.

This hotel just seems to get better every time we stay. Very clean and helpful staff makes the stay pleasureable. One of the best breakfast bars around. Always look forward to staying here. We have been using this hotel everytime we visit our daughter. Very quiet and efficient staff. They have all the amenities you could ever need.

My mom and I were looking for a place to stay south of Cincinnati so that we could visit my Uncle who had just had a stroke. We felt at home as soon as we walked into the hotel. Over the course of three days we were so impressed with the owners and every staff person that we met from the front desk to housekeeping. I made one suggestion and a change was made within 5 minutes. There is a Central Asian proverb that says " A guest is more important than your father." and that is how we felt we were treated. Thank you Nitu and Sue for putting your heart into seeing your guests have a blessed stay in your hotel.

Doesn't really deserve even one star. Unbelievably bad customer service. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. If the area hadn't seemed so dangerous, I would've gone to sleep in my car. Drive about 20 minutes north and you'll be in a much better area.

BW hits it out of the park again!!! Go BW and World-series contenders, the Cle Indians! Clermont BW was Perfect stop after visiting the new ARK! And so convenient for traveling north to hometown too! Great room, so clean and nice! Folks like Jessica, Avet, and the breakfast lady make it homey and pleasant! GO THERE!

The room smelled like smoke, very musty I called to make my reservation and was informed that the rooms were updated. The one we had was outdated. We didn't have maid service we left the room at 11 am returned 10 pm we found the room same as we left. The sheets and pillow cases looks like they have been hand wash (old stains visible)very wrinkled. continental breakfast was disappointing not much food available at 7am

We stay at this hotel when in town to visit relatives. Have never been disappointed. The hotel staff is always welcoming, rooms are spacious, and breakfast has a variety of choices. For the location, quality, and value wouldn't consider any other hotel in the area.

For the budget this place was very pleasing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, they all really seem to go out of their way to please us and meet all our needs..location was great also, will stay again easily.. breakfast was very good...

Stayed here one night; hotels were hard to find with a vacancy. Definitely this motel is doing upgrades which made it clean, comfortable, and neat appearance. Breakfast was basic and ok; staff were friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay with your motel. The room was clean with lots of towels, the breakfast was good, the staff were friendly.The highway was close to the show we were going to, which made it easy to get to. Would stay there again.

Convienent and clean, helpful front desk staff and many nice offerings for breakfast. They do need to turn on the tv in breakfast area it's way to quiet and uncomfortable feeling. Other than that no complaints in any of the times I have stayed there.

We have stayed at other hotels in the same area. We were wonderfully surprised when we got to this hotel. They were doing extensive remodeling the hotel was very clean very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Stayed at the Best Western Clermont with the wife and friends for the Dead & Co. show at Riverbend. The cleanliness and convenience of the motel was beyond our expectations. We took advantage of the pool area before the concert, which was wonderful. There are a couple cab companies that will run you out to Riverbend for under or around $20, but good luck finding one to bring you back. They will be lined up at the venue when the show lets out. My suggestion would be to head for the road before the show is over if you need a cab. There is also a Big Boy and a White Castle next door for your post-concert munching needs!

This is an older hotel in a GREAT location. Pros: -- nice staff -- nice breakfast -- provided free access to gym off site (the fitness room is small with a few pieces of equipment) -- internet access excellent -- tv excellent with lots of channels -- right off of I-275 (our room faced the highway but noise was not a problem) Cons: -- old type a/c unit -- noisy -- blows cold air over top of you -- older hotel -- clean but not extremely comfortable -- not like other Best Westerns we have stayed at This is a good value hotel for the price -- location -- internet/tv -- breakfast. If you are not spending a lot of time in your room -- this is a good choice.

Booked this hotel last minute as we had to attend a funeral and the staff, hotel complex very nice. Very clean. No trash around hotel at all. It was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Would recommend

Room clean, bed comfy, ac worked great, about 15-20 minutes from downtown. Rate was reasonable. Free hot breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a reasonably priced hotel near Cincinnati.

staff was super friendly and helpful, property was well maintained, great breakfast , adorable pool area, we stopped here fro a night on way to Atlanta and will keep in mind if we ever head that way again, both my husband and I were impressed!

Customer service here is always amazing. They are courteous and helpful whether in person or on the phone. This is the only place we stay when we are in Cincinnati! I would highly recommend to this to everyone looking to stay in the area

This is a very nice well maintained hotel that has reasonable rates. The rooms are clean and neat. The price includes a very nice breakfast selection (nothing fancy) and all of the food was freshly prepared each morning.

Stopped for a night on the way to Tennessee from the North. Reservation clerk was unable to accommodate us with our first request in the area and stated this hotel was "close" to 71. In actuality it was 15 minutes. I don't consider that close. However, It was right off 275. As for the room, the carpets are filthy, the beds were really small and the shower is super loud. I did not hear any road noise from our room. Despite being small, the bed was comfortable and I left well rested. For a night it was fine. They serve breakfast, but we didn't try it.

Spacious well kept lawns for walking dogs. Great location on East side of Cincinnati. Close to fast food restaurants, shopping and easy access to I-275. Reasonable rates. Clean. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I travel a fair bit and this hotel had the best manager and staff that I've come across in years. The facilities are a little older, but extremely well maintained. All of the staff were cheerful and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. They had high-end breakfast items (Chobani and Yoplait yogurt, Philadelphia cream cheese, waffles, cereal, pastries, oatmeal, fruit, etc.). Grounds were well maintained and pool area was clean and neat. We were quite pleased with the entire experience with this hotel. Great value for the price.

THe filters in the air conditioning unit probably has to be changed. THe smell was bad enough to make my eyes water,Mohicans makes me think that there are mold spores being spread. Discussed with front desk in the morning of July 30. NO action was taken, nor was housekeeping done to my room. note to management...take ownership of these issues and find some new people. Plusses...the breakfast was good and the pool was in decent shape. Location also great near quite a few restaurants.

They were unprepared at check-in and did not have a clean room available at 5:00 pm. The reservation was made well in advance. Even at check-out the front desk was unprepared. They appeared overwhelmed in both instances. The room was generally OK, nothing special but everything worked.

Well than mediocre very poor facility does not meet basic standards i would not recommend it at all. needs a lot of upgrading to be reviewed as 2 stars hotel. Location is somewhat acceptable as it is close to a highway

We stayed here when visiting the Creation Museum (about 30 mins away). The room was nice and appeared to be clean overall. When preparing to check out, I found a tobacco can under our bed. That was quite disgusting to us. The housekeeping staff needs to make sure to check under the beds when cleaning the rooms. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay. Breakfast was wonderful. We didn't get a chance to use the pool and fitness center but did go by to look at them. The pool was a little small. However, the deck area appeared to be a nice area to relax. The gym equipment appeared to be in very good condition. The employees that we interacted with around the property were friendly and helpful.

Hotel a bit dated décor-wise. Reception area smelled badly of stale cigarettes but was otherwise clean. Staff experience mainly OK. Duty manager could have been a bit more pleasant. Breakast OK. Bed very comfortable. Room carpet stained badly in places but room otherwise OK. Very over-priced in my opinion. The nightly rate I got was 55 Dollars more expensive than people checking in in front of me. Something isn't right there.

Like actually the room compared to anything else in the area is incredible. We moved across from the "God Awful" red roof inn and into a four seasons. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms were well done. There was a decent breakfast in the morning. And most importantly, they have non smoking rooms. Although this doesn't seem like a huge difference when booking, they offer great air quality and assist their great beds in providing a quality nights sleep. Right now this hotel has a 4.1 star rating. However with a few improvements, I feel as if the hotel could be at a 4.5-4.7 rating. It's worth the stay when you're up here so give it a shot.

I was greeted by a strong unpleasant smell of some sort of disinfectant or deodorizer every time on opening the door to my room. The carpet was sticky and probably hadn't been deep cleaned in ages. Unbelievable that this sort of a dump is priced at $100 , that too given its location which is neither here nor there.

This hotel is very nice for the price. They offer a wonderful complimentary breakfast which is really a full meal! waffles, sausage, eggs, toast, various juices and fruit etc. The rooms are clean and the family suite is perfect for a family of 6!

It was pleasant, although very difficult to access. It's tucked behind a Big Boy and White Castle and across the street from a residential area. You enter the rooms from the outside instead of the inside, more like a motel than a hotel. I got a second-floor room facing the interstate and you could hear traffic during daylight but not very much at night. The motel didn't look very full on 3 July and I suppose I could have asked for a room away from the traffic and on the first floor, but I didn't. Bed, shower were very good, also good TV channel selection (about 50) and microwave and refrigerator. Did not do the pool (rain) or breakfast (wanted to sleep in and not walk across the driveway) It's about 20-25 minutes from downtown Cinci and about 10-15 minutes from Coney Island/Riverbend/Belterra, and the main road near the hotel is full of restaurants, stores, gas stations, etc.

Pros: Right off exit, good access. Well maintained and clean. Friendly staff. Decent price. Cons: Old hotel with motel layout, 2 stories, doors open to outside. Small and uncomfortable beds. Outdoor, unheated pool was very cold. This hotel is older than I would have thought by their website, however updated and pretty well maintained. We were given an upstairs room (no elevator) and told they could not switch us to a 1st floor room due to being full. I was disappointed by this, but it was Memorial Day weekend. Mattresses were not comfortable at all and the bed size seemed smaller than standard double beds at most hotels. Noise level from next room and outside was higher than I would have liked (could hear neighbors taking and getting ready in the morning). The price I got on Priceline was good, but I would not stay here again and opt yo pay a little more for a better place.

Reasonable prices, amazing staff, well maintained - newly remodeled, pet friendly. I had a great stay, room was clean, breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will stay here anytime I'm in the area again.

I went to a concert at Riverbend and chose this as the place to stay afterwards. It was in a good location about eight miles from the show. I was able to leave my room get on the interstate and drive directly to the show and then come back. The hotel was typical Best Western. The internet, breakfast, coffee and other amenities were what I have come to expect from my favorite hotel chain. The price was reasonable and the staff, room and service quite good.

Though I try to stay away from hotels that have doors that open to the outside, this was the only option for our family that evening. I felt better though because the parking area was very well lit. Because we have a lot of people in our family, we had to book a suite. Upon entry I noticed that it smelled of smoke. The room clearly used to be a smoker room. The hotel opened up the wall and connected two rooms. They made one a sleeping area and the other a sitting area. You still get both bathrooms on each side. The breakfast was very good. A lot of variety in the food. Perfect for lots of little kids.

While this is clearly an "older" building, it has been renovated and updated. The hotel is comfortable, well-located, decently-priced, and the staff is helpful. I'm glad we stayed here, and would recommend to friends.

Due to lack of scheduling, we chose a hotel a bit pricier than we would normally. It was worth every penny. A large 2 room, 2 bath suite with a king sized bed. Sofa bed was what sofa beds are, and my daughter and her friends loved the pool. Breakfast was good and the overall conditions were extremely clean. We enjoyed every moment we were there.

Clean hotel, helpful staff, great breakfast daily. Pool is small. Air conditioning is amazing. Beds are comfortable. Good shower. Rooms come with microwave and refrigerator. Great place to eat across the street. Approx. a 15 min. Drive to Tealtown park.

very nice if not pricey stay for a family that spends 15 weekends traveling for softball each year. The king suite was spacious w/2 rooms and baths. Only drawback was the sofa bed for obvious reasons. Wife and daughter loved it and other than the price, I was also totally satisfied with our stay.

In an area where the other hotels are horrid, this is an oasis of good service, comfort, and cleanliness. The owners have recently done updates and put in work on the landscaping as well. It is in a great location, right off 275. The woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. She obviously loves her job and giving good service to the visitors. I can't comment on the breakfast, because I didn't partake, but they do offer it.

I stayed here for the night while passing through Cincinnati for work last month. This hotel is set up so that you can enter the rooms from the outside which is nice and convenient. There is room In the parking lot for a moving truck. This hotel allows pets for a fee of $20 which is very nice. I arrived late and was able to book a room on tripadvisor.com. I was able to eat dinner at the Freish's Big Boy located behind the hotel. The food was delicious. The Big Boy is open until very late which was perfect for me. Overall this was a very clean and comfortable hotel.

Really one of the best motels I've stayed in over the years. The rooms are immaculately clean, nicely furnished, with comfortable beds. The grounds are manicured, trees and shrubbery mulched. Obviously , the owners and friendly staff take pride in their motel in providing a lovely, peaceful, and comfortable Oasis for the weary traveler. This is my second stay, and I would definitely return when traveling through Cincinnati again.

The lobby was very busy when we came to check in. The clerks handled each guest in a timely fashion. The room was quite adequate. The lighting in bathroom could have been a little brighter. The breakfast was terrific, both hot and cold items. The cook/server was very attentive and made sure everyone got whatever they needed. The beds were comfortable. The area was not noisy. Internet was available if you wanted to use it. Parking was not the best. The spots were quite filled when we came back in the evening.

Probably the cleanest and friendliest hotels I have stayed at for the price! We HIGHLY recommend this hotel as it was very well kept inside and out. Staff was great and was very attentive to our stay.

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. We arrived at 3am, but did not have to wait for staff to be able to check in. They were available instantly, even at that time of night. It was fast and easy, which we needed after a 12 hour car ride! The hotel was also quiet at night even though it was a full house on a holiday weekend. Thank you for a great stay!!

Hotel really needs to address their room key system. Card kept losing the code to open door. Every time I went back to my room I had to go to the front desk to get the card recoded to open my room door. Their excuse was I put my card near magnets or other electronics. If that was true how come myself and next room folks just walk out of their room and found they could not return. Card would not work!!! Very frustrating and they didn't seem to care. I have asked for compensation but have yet to hear from their management. If you don't mind not having access to your room then stay here...otherwise hotel was average for this type of accommodations.

There are so many good things I could say about this hotel. The main points of this hotel was that the location is perfect and the rooms are clean. I mean you are right by the interstate and the parking lot joins White Castle and Big Boy. You can't go wrong here!

Really well run hotel with very courteous staff! From the moment we arrived until we left we were well taken care of and attended to with care. We were not in town to make a hotel our "destination" so the desire was for a less expensive clean hotel that was easy to get to and from.... This was the place!

This place is NICE. It has TWO lamps! ---my three-year-old In all seriousness, we found the room to be very clean and comfortable. The area was quiet. The hotel itself is fairly average, and I would rate it as a good "passing through" place to stay one night, rather than a "destination". The staff was friendly and very helpful. My family was pleased with our stay.

My husband and I were in Cincinnati to watch our son row in the Regatta. This hotel was pretty status quo, as far as rooms go-but was very clean, with comfortable mattresses. Karen, at the front desk was friendly and helpful. She provided menus for restaurants that delivered to the hotel and also gave us paper plates. We will stay again.

This was an enjoyable place for me to stay. The hotel employees were great. They were super hospitable. The complimentary breakfast filled me up. The beds were a bit two hard for my liking but that is my personal preference. It was quiet and the internet was fast. It is located near a lot of great dining choices as well.

This hotel is located close to the interstate to facilitate easy on/off. The room while not overly large was comfortable. There are lots of restaurants close by and a Super WalMart/Sam's club within easy driving distance. The hotel has a large area at one end of the property where you can exercise your pet. They also provide doggie "poop" bags as well as a garbage disposal bin that you can use.

The property photos are well-crafted and misleading. Had I been familiar with the area I would not have stayed here. The night clerk (shady) would not let me back out of this unfortunate reservation. My biggest regret was not taking the loss and feeling compelled to stay even after seeing the layout of the motel and creepy room with lights and thermostat regulated by automatic timers. Never again. There are better places to stay.

My sister was in OH when she had a heart attack. She was in a hospital in Dayton, but due to the critical nature of her condition, she was transferred to University of Cincinnati Hospital. We went to Cincinnati to be with her and called Best Western Clermont to make a reservation. Due to the fact that we were there for a sick relative, they were kind enough to give me a bereavement rate on the room. The room was wonderful, as always with Best Western, and the people were so kind. When the hospital wasn't able to reach us on our cell phones, they called the hotel and the front desk called and made sure we got the message immediately. We cannot thank them enough because, had it not been for them getting us that message, we would not have arrived at the hospital before my sister passed away. We will forever be grateful to the wonderful staff for this. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.

Average in every way. Counter person was busy watching something on computer. No restroom in breakfast area. Chose to stay elsewhere on second night in area for same rate. This place worked in a pinch but we will use HDI for work in this area in the future.

very nice motel and will stay there again when in Cincinnati The breakfast was very healthy, glad they had bananas and Apples for in between snacks and good coffee...The bed was very comfortable...good chair for sitting and reading...and plenty of towels ...good location for walking to restaurants

I've stayed here twice in the past few months and both stays have been great! Each time the room was clean and well presented and everything was in good order. The check in has been friendly and quick as well. During my Summer visit I enjoyed the pool area and loungers. The guest laundry is a real help during longer stays. The free breakfast is fine and offers a small variety of standard fare. There are several places to eat close by two within a 2-3 min walk through the parking lots. This hotel is my go to place for the East side of Cincinnati. I'll be back for sure!

Stayed for a quick night before traveling on for Thanksgiving Day. Checked in after 10 pm Had breakfast next morning and went on for Family Thanksgiving meal at noon. Staff was prompt. Had food to place in refrigerator overnight. Slept great.

Room was clean and had all the basic needs covered (less hair conditioner). Comp breakfast was too short (6-9am) for a weekend visit. However, the facilities looked as if it might not have been worth the trip across the parking lot on a very cold and damp morning anyway. Carpet was worn and patched and ready for replacement. I'd give it another try for an overnight place to rest my head on a decent pillow.

My parents live in the area, so finding a "go to" hotel in their section of Cincinnati that is NOT near a mall is a plus. The first time we stayed here decades ago, it needed work &/or new management. It got what it needed. The service is fabulous and friendly with little overturn of staff. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean.

We visit family in the area a couple of times a year and always stay at this Best Western. Clean, reasonable, nice breakfast and great service. Only problem we encountered this time is had requested 1st floor room but ended up on the 2nd floor.

We always enjoy our stay at this Hotel. It is close to everything you need and the hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. We like that it is right next to Big Boy's Restaurant so we can walk right over and get food any time.

If your on the road and need a nice place to stay, this works. It has smoking rooms, which I like, and accepts small pets, which I need. It is convenient to restaurants, gas stations and the interstate. The rooms are clean and comfortable for a short term stay. Breakfast was good as well.

Very clean and quiet. It is not luxurious but great for value. High priority of keeping facility looking good very evident. Very little signs of being run down or neglected. Evident that the no smoking room was a non smoking room with no stale air. A very good basic hotel with amenities.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel because it was close to where I was having eye surgery. The room was clean and quiet and had a very comfortable king size bed. The breakfast was excellent. The scrambled eggs must have been fresh cracked because they were superior to anything coming out of a bag. all around great stay.

Very easy access, right off the highway.Room was clean and comfortable, although it smelled as if it had once been a smoking room. We ran the exhaust fan all night.The free continental breakfast ends at 9:00, but there is a Frisch's right next door. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Place was clean, friendly and very reasonably priced. A little tricky to find. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was good, fresh and hot. Good water pressure in shower. We would stay here again.

I was very happy with the price and comfort of the room. I felt safe in the neighborhood and there were some some stores, convenience stores, restaurants, and bars in the area. White Castle restaurant and Big Boys were next to Best Western. Had a wonderful experience.
