Best Western Plus Chihuahua Aeropuerto

Ask for Abril she is excellent! She is friendly beautiful smile and the greatest employee best western has. She goes out of her way to make you feel like family! She has trained her staff to be point on each and every time!

Only complaint- I called three days in advance to request our three rooms close together and on the first floor. I was told it would be based on availability (I made my reservations two weeks ahead of time).

Exceptional Staff ,beautiful hotel minutes from the airport. Great breakfast and awesome pool. The staff make you feel right at home and are always there to assist you with anything you need. Friendly and Awesome no complaints .Best place to stay.

We loyally have stayed at this hotel twice a year as we travel further south. Prior to our last visit, we have always anticipated a great stay. My, how things have deteriorated. They have closed their restaurant in the evenings, only open briefly for breakfast. The breakfast is now extremely limited as compared to our many other visits. We were provided an accessible room that would be very frustrating for someone that actually needed the assistance. it was also the noisiest room we have ever been assigned due to traffic noise outside. The hotel was no where near capacity, so not sure why this happened. This hotel is now crossed off our llst and perhaps someone else will appreciate our business.

Had a great experience with the staff. Only stayed one night, but my taxi I requested they order was on time, breakfast options were delicious, the hotel was clean and everyone with whom we interacted with was very helpful. Would recommend.

Comfortable bed and room but 3:30 AM Wake-up call request never happened but I did wake up in time to catch my 4:00 taxi they scheduled for me to get to the airport in time to catch my flight. Also no bag breakfast for those with early flights!

Not expecting the complimentary meal in the evening, it was a pleasant surprise to not have to move too far to get a tasty meal after a long drive, and the breakfast was very nice the next morning too. Clean rooms, welcoming atmosphere - a very good stay!

Amazing service from beginning to end from front desk to breakfast everyone is very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was one of my favorite. Despite the pandemic, everything was in order organized and clean. The breakfast had many options!

Modern, clean, attractive, comfortable. Helpful staff. I chose it because it's close to the Chihuahua bus station. I was there during the COVID-19 pandemic. Two things; they drained the pool. The breakfasts were prepackaged, with disposable plates and utensils. The servers were wearing masks.

I have stayed at this place in the past, it was a so-so experience and well I thought I would try it again. remembering the last experience or stay I asked for a suite...well not much of a suite the room was dingy and I keep triping on the uneven old manufactured flooring, the internet wasn't working so they had to sign me in on their private one, i go into the room and there dead bugs all over....late at night I realize the door closes but doesn't locks so I slept on the edge a little-they did fix it the next day. I court yard looks like an abandoned place with chairs turned over and left over drinks/food and filled up ash trays all over.....I understand the situation with the Covid but if they decided to stay ope...my god keep the place up for the people that are showing up.! BTW the breakfast is horrible

Excellent Service and very nice and clean rooms. The breakfast is excellent. It is the best experience I have had in a hotel in Mexico. The personnel was very friendly and kind. They are very professionals.

On our way home from creel we stayed at this hotel for one night and the staff was helpful, our room was clean and spacious, breakfast was excellent with plenty of options and the internet was the best!

Rooms were clean and comfy...I have stayed at alot of hotels in Mexico and this ranks with the higher fating hotels. The breakfast was phenominal. The location was perfect for me and my family. I guess if I had to offer any constructive feedback is the pool lacked cleanliness, and this helos wirh the overall ambiance of the very nice hotel.I have could have easily thought I was in a 5 star hilton if it not were for the dirty looking pool.

Book a 2 night stay at the Best Western Airport. Very nice hotel, clean, great staff and good food. Breakfast buffet included. They also have a menu during breakfast that is included with the buffet. Safe neighborhood during the day, walking distance to Walmart for shopping. Close to airport. $5 Uber ride.

The installations are good, clean and comfortable, the breakfast and the Social hour is a plus. This hotel needs to improved the customer service experience, I noticed there's a lot of international customer due to close to the CUU airport but the ladies in the front desk are unprofessional and there's a lack of information about services offered.

A quality hotel close to the Chihuahua airport, it's very easy to get to the airport and back, about 15 min. each way, no turns, on the same street. The hotel is nice and quiet, the rooms are nice and around a very pretty courtyard with swimming pool.. The staff are very friendly and professional. I own a small B&B.

Check in was easy and the front desk staff was very nice. The stay includes a social reception in the evening included beer,drinks and snacks. Breakfast is Buffett and a la carte included with the stay. Breakfast was good. The room was nice the beds are comfortable. The television is a nice size with a couple English channels. Overall great stay. If you have trouble going upstairs request the first floor. The hotel does not have elevators. The hotel has a pool and a gym.

We (my parents, 2yr old and myself) arrived on late Wednesday evening. Check-in was Quick and helpful. The hotel is very clean. Pool was cleaned every morning. The only thing I didn't care for is the evening happy hour, they only served beer and we couldn't drink pool side because they were glass bottles. Which is understandable but wish they would offer mix drinks or at least can bottles. Staff was always helpful and polite.

It was a great place for the price, they gave me a voucher for "social hour" which is basically buffet-style dinner mainly made up of snack but they do include sandwiches and hotdogs, it was more than enough for my dinner. They also include breakfast except they add eggs cooked however you want them so it makes it 10 times better. I stayed in the executive rooms which I actually liked better than the regular rooms cause they are more quiet cause they're inside. It's a great location near a store and more than one eating place. I would definitely stay here again.

After a long day of driving, arrived at this location. Check in was positive, lobby looked clean and spacious. We were very pleased with the room setting and the room itself. We are going to sleep well.

Staff very friendly, room really clean and nice. Breakfast was great. Had an executive room since electric doesn't work unless you are in the room refrigerator was not very useful so next time will probably save the money and just get a regular room.

Very good service at a great hotel. It makes travel so much easier and allows you put your best foot forward on the job. The food was prepared fresh and plenty of additional options above. Knowledgeable courteous staff helped me with all my needs.

I recently stayed at the best Western in Chihuahua. It was my second stay at the hotel. The amenities are exceptional and the staff is one of the best I've encountered. I travel frequently so, I was very impressed.

I arrived in Chihuahua expecting to get straight on an overnight bus, however the route I wanted was fully booked for 2 days! I jumped in a taxi at 11pm and arrived at the Best Western, and was greeted very courteously- just perfect after my issues with the bus! Luckily there were rooms available, and good wifi where I was able to book a flight for the next day. After check out they were also happy for me to stay in the lobby doing some emails until heading to the airport. Their shuttle service only lasts until 8.45am, so if you have an afternoon flight you will need a taxi, but this is only M$130.

We stayed at the hotel only for a night, arriving late and leaving early the following morning. Check-in was swift and efficiently handled. Our room was very spacious and clean. We used the business centre to print our boarding passes for free. Wifi was also free but was very slow from our room. The buffet breakfast which was included in our room rate offered a sufficient wide spread of choices. We were able to book the free transfer to the airport the night before and everything went smoothly as planned. For the price we had paid for the room, we would say that it is very good value for money and we will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others who want to stay near the airport.

We enjoyed our stay. I can with my father in law, who has been here two years go. Very friendly staff, clean rooms rich food(I love Mexician food) the weather was coolish in February so the heater in the room was a blessing. If or when I come to chihuahua again I'll be sure to come back.

I stayed at Best Western hotel for 2 nights. The didn't give me points neither nights for my stay. When I called to support, they said they didn't know that hotel. What?!. Now staying only in Holiday Inn.

the quote for the room was wrong, it was not what was said & when we arrived it was too late for me cancel and find another room, I was very disappointed having to argue with the front desk on what the price should be and what the price was in the late night check in.

to begin with this was our second stay, the first was so good we wanted to stay again on our way from Mazatlan to Denver. We missed the turn to where the hotel was (it was dark and the streets are not well marked) so it took us some time find it. the parking was secure which is another reason we stayed there as our truck was loaded, in the cab and the bed. we were late getting there so the restaurant was closing, they did fix us a hamburger and that was ok but we were ripped of $130 pesos. The breakfast the next day made up for it however, it the daylight it was easy to find. they did have American tv and all in all the service was very friendly and appreciated.
