Best Western Plus Omaha Airport Inn

Nice and clean, friendly front desk worker, spacious dining area, shuttle service starts at 4:00 am, very close to the airport (one mile away), reasonable room prices, good shower, across the street from a Perkins restaurant and gas station.

All the important things you want in a hotel stay were great - comfortable mattress, linens, shower head, large closet with plenty of hangers, small kitchen area, fast internet, good breakfast with a nice variety of hot items that were presented well and kept stocked, pool area was clean and orderly. Restaurant and gas station across the street for convenience. We would stay here again for sure.

Nice place to stay before flying out or when your flight comes in late. The rooms were nice. The heat system was a little noisy. Front desk staff was nice and accommodating. Breakfast was served, however when we went through the selection was low.

They never came to clean our room. Had trash overfilling in our room as well as the trash cans out in the hallways. Had to ask the front for toilet paper, towels , and trash bags. Basically cleaned our own room. Pool had no towels all weekend. Asked the front for towels and was told they are all out. Multiple guest had to use the towels in rooms for the pool.

I travel all over these wonderful United States of ours and I choose Best Western whenever possible. They provide me with everything I need along with the comforts of home. The rooms are big, clean and well lit. The breakfast is absolutely perfect and it helps me to start my mornings off on the right foot. I highly recommend staying in a Best Western whenever you have the opportunity.

Had a very comfortable stay. Was nervous when I went to Perkins Restaurant across the street and the police were clearing out the restaurant and closing it for the night (it was 9:30 p.m. in September. Felt safe inside the hotel and prayed for the safety of my car. Breakfast was GREAT! Hotel staff were Great (those who could speak English.

Stayed here because we were catching a flight out of Eppley for a vacation. I decided to use their extended parking plan and it was perfect. They tell you where to park so your car can be watched easier. We arrived August 12th for one night. I don't remember names very well, but we checked in at 4:30 and the young lady at the desk was so nice and efficient. She helped me with the parking too. The room was nice and spacious. Everything was clean. Shower worked great. The pool area was clean and nice also. The hot tub was hot, but wasn't pumping water like it should have. It was still nice. Property has elevators so room on upper floors can be easily accessed. I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly staff. Ther room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with cereal, yogurt, waffles, eggs and meat. There was juice and coffee. We had no issues.

Nice spacious rooms, clean linens, soft beds. The staff was friendly and professional, even accommodating special requests. Blackout curtains to help your sleep. The rooms were also quiet, didn't hear many of the fireworks going off outside.

Arrived a hotel 3:00 pm. Signed up for 8 am shuttle the next morning. In lobby at 7:45, waited till 8 no shuttle. Went to front desk, little to no help, too busy on personal phone. Had to take an Uber.

Older hotel not up to the standards of a Plus hotel for Best Western. Rude front desk personnel which was unnecessary and room definitely needed up dated. Rust on trim around closet door and bathroom grout dirty and walls dirty with corners needing cleaning.

Upon checking in, no water was offered or available as rewards members. Upon checking into room, it was very damp and musty as if there was a swamp cooler and not an air conditioner. Tried to open window but that opened into a walkway to the pool and right next to where everyone was smoking. But. The beds were super comfortable. Only good quality I found.

There are several hotel choices near the airport and we have stayed at most of them. We chose this particular hotel this time as we had enough reward points for a free night. We stayed after arriving in Omaha from a post midnight flight. We were told we could pick a snack from the pantry for being rewards members, which was nice after a long day. We had a reservation for a king bed, but were given 2 Queens, at least we received a first floor room as requested. We just wanted to get some sleep. Shortly after arriving in room around 1 AM, the phone in the room next to us starting ringing and rang for several minutes. Why at that time of day, I have NO idea. It was too early to be getting up for a flight. The room was spacious enough and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We were, however, a bit horrified after getting into the shower. The entire area of the ceiling over the showerhead was covered in mold. It was gross and an obvious health hazard. This room should be taken out of service immediately until this problem is resolved. The doors and trim really needed a paint job also. The lighting in the bathroom was very poor and there was no make-up mirror, so it was very difficult to apply make-up or contacts. It was impossible to sleep in as people in all the rooms around us were up around 6 AM slamming doors and yelling in the halls. The people in the room above us were running back and forth non-stop for over 2 hours, stomping their feet so loudly it sounded like the ceiling was going to fall in. Not to mention that the maid began work around 8 AM and all we heard was vacuuming in the hallway. I'm sorry, but don't they realize people are trying to get some sleep at an airport hotel, especially when the Do Not Disturb sign is out, there shouldn't be any vacuuming nearby, and definitely not right outside your door. Vacuuming the hallways should be the last thing the maids do after people check out. So, we got up and went to breakfast. There wasn't a lot of selection. The bottom half of the biscuits were rock hard, like hockey pucks and couldn't be cut or bit into. Will probably make a different choice for our next flight.

I have stayed at several hotels close to Omaha airport when I needed to leave for an early flight. This hotelhas been the best for the money. I left before breakfast was served so I don't know how that is, but the hotel was very clean. Try to get a room on the side opposite of the convenience store though due to the traffic noise.

We had to stay by the airport and this was perfect - very close to the airport and the shuttle was on demand. The front desk staff was delightful. Although an older building, the rooms were clean. Easy to get on I-80.

As others have pointed out, this property is in desperate need of a facelift and better maintenance. Cosmetic issues, such as the outdated layout, dark hallways, and chipped wood trims didn't really faze me. But when I stepped out of the elevator into the 2nd floor hallway the first thing I noticed was a funky smell in the air. My guess is humidity and moisture have taken their toll. Not sure if this building was closed for an extended period during Covid but it smelled kind of like a feedlot up there. My room did not smell as bad, but I was quick to turn the air conditioner off, as I felt that it might be spewing moldy air into the room, and it really wasn't that hot of a day. The bathroom walls had peeling paint, definitely something I would not expect from a Best Western property. So why did I give this place a "Very Good" review? Convenience and available services. There is a gas station just across the street that was convenient for refilling the rental car. There is also a Perkins restaurant a short distance away, as well as a Subway at the gas station convenience store. They offer a cold breakfast to go as early as 4 a.m., as well as a hot breakfast starting at 6 a.m. And they even have an airport shuttle service that operates as early as 4 a.m. In these post-pandemic days those are still hard to find amenities. I sincerely hope management can take care of the maintenance issues. It does not look good for their brand to have peeling paint and smelly interiors. The staff people I interacted with are super.

Pay attention to what others say. This king suite was old, smelly, ac noisy, bed had ripped sheets the hotel looks great from the front and hallways were nice. Room was horrible. Why didn't I listen to prior reviewers??

Why didn't I pay attention to other reviews? Where do I begin? Bottom sheet had a shredded rip in it, bathroom was a wreck, AC unit sounded like a noisy dishwasher all night, bed was uncomfortable. Tiles broken, bad patch jobs, mold. Shower was the only bright spot

It was a nice, clean hotel. Only downfall was the jets not working for the hot tub and at night it was so loud in the lobby. Definitely didn't get much sleep. It was hard to find staff throughout our stay to get extra towels for our room. 2 towels for 4 guests isn't quite enough.

First we waited at the front desk with 5 other people to check in for 20 minutes even after calling the number with no answer. Then as soon as we got off the elevator it smelled soooo bad of weed that I got nauseous. Beds are hard as a rock. Just not happy with our stay and will not stay here again!

Hospitality and service was great. Came in for group event from Denver, CO. Everyone was very nice and helpful. No matter time of day or night i came through the lobby i was met with a big smile and greeting.

Having stayed in many BW Plus Hotels - this is by far one of the best ones we have had the pleasure of staying at. It was conveniently located to the airport, restaurants and convenience store literally across the parking log, out of the mainstream of downtown and super clean. You felt like you were walking into a luxury hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is the typical hotel breakfast - nothing special there. Personally, the beds are uncomfortable but the rooms are very nice and clean. Pool area clean anf well taken care of. We are adding this hotel to one of our preferred locations to stay.

Hotel needs a major remodeling. The staff was great and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was surprisingly good considering what hotels are now serving for breakfast. I had a few minor issues with my room & I did have to switch from my first room. I enjoyed my stay and I left a note with the small issues when I checked out.

Good choice for a stop for one night. Hotel is a little bid away from highway but located in a quiet neighborhood. Very spacious and nice rooms. A Mega Saver store and gas station are across the street.

We had two rooms with two beds and one of the rooms given to us was much bigger than usual and really nice. The breakfast was great with biscuits and gravy (my favorite), sausage, eggs, pancakes, muffins, etc. It was fully stocked and clean.

We were there for the NCAA College World Series (for 11 nights) The entire staff worked together to make sure All guests were taken care of. Samuel, front desk manager, Sherry, Eileen and Amanda, front desk clerks were very helpful. Aaron, not sure of what his title was also I even witnessed that when the person who was supposed to be working breakfast--had an "emergency"-- and this happened 2x, that ALL of them pitched in to assure that all guest received a hot breakfast... It is rare to receive such wonderful customer service in today's climate. Even the housekeeping staff (3rd and 4th floor) were helpful.

The room was 271 shower would not drain. Sheetrock in bathroom was in disrepair. Bed sheets felt to be damp upon laying down. Front desk later said could bring a plunger up to plunge shower drain. Overall room was musty smelling hard to cook and just a mess. Carpet was worn heavy. Parking lot tore up. Exterior and interior needs lots of work. Would not recommend

The hotel rooms were a bit dated and the hotel is a bit far from restaurants and eatieries. But the staff was very helpful and accommodating. They at least had a hot breakfast available first thing in the morning starting at 6am until 10am which they referred to as “grab and go” but it was more like a full service breakfast although not as many items were available & it was nice to have eggs, biscuits and gravy.

Ok, we can blame it on the pandemic, the democrats, whatever. This is a $60 motel however you slice it but I got gouged (yes, gouged) nearly $200 for our overnight stay before our flight out the next day. Burned out light bulbs, dirty furniture, broken closet doors, etc. The lady was (eventually) nice, but had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check in. I will definitely not be staying here again.

Seems like they add plus to best western everything is substandard. The room was noisy. You could hear what was going on all around and above you. Other than the noise the room was just OK. Breakfast was waffles, yogurt, thin round ham and eggs, juice. No pool or hot tub.

We live overseas and in the past, The Best Western Plus Omaha Airport was our go-to hotel. Recently we have had instances where they did not honor our booking. The latest was May 29th, 2022. After a 30 hour flight from the Philippines we arrived at 11 pm to find that they were full even though we had a booking. We were not the only travelers with the same situation. They ended up finding us a room in a much inferior hotel. My impression is that this is becoming standard practice for this hotel.

Besides the amazing and helpful staff, the hotel was quiet. Breakfast had hot and cold options. Would stay here again if traveling through Omaha. Very close to the airport. Pool and hot tub available with a fitness center.

Well located airport hotel with friendly reception staff and bus from airport. The only downside was that the room and common areas are in desperate need of refurb and TLC. Mould in the bathroom - yuck. At least the beds were comfortable but the Aircon made a racket. Overall you can do better in the local area but top marks to the friendly staff.

Staff was very prompt and professional! We arranged to be picked up very early the next morning for a shuttle to the airport. Car was left in their safe parking lot. One call upon return and they were there to pick us up and shuttle us back to the motel! Transport staff were great!! Perfect place to stay when traveling from Omaha!!!

Horrible stay! Guests above us and beside us sounded like they were wrestling all night. Not sure if it was just very poor insulation or they were just super loud. Only got about an hours worth of sleep. Broken alarm clock, broken tiles in the bathroom, mold in the bathroom, old closet door hanging on wall for mirror, no utensils available for early morning breakfast, parking lot needs to replaced badly (huge potholes) trash cans over flowing outside, and the list could go on.

overall, a decent place. Service great, breakfast great, Convenient access for several things to do. hot tub, not even warm, bed frame too big for bed. had steel supports that stuck out 4 inches that kept catching our shins.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and I really enjoy the convenience and friendly staff. They provide the correct room type and special requests from my on-line reservations. The rooms are comfortable and there is no noise from the airport. Good breakfast service.

My flight landed too late to pick up a rental car. So I selected this nearby hotel with a shuttle. Turns out I landed too late for the shuttle, too. The front desk clerk at check in was friendly and efficient. I asked about an ice machine on the second floor and she told me there was one. When I got up there, it was temporary out of order. So that was annoying at 3 am. Bed was quite hard. Linens were thin and a bit scratchy. Teeny, thin towels in the bathroom. Lightbulb out over the vanity. Slow drains in sink and tub. Typical two-star hotel.

They didn't clean the room, there were broken items in the room. We were yelled at in the lobby on arrival. Overall it was a bad experience. The front desk lady although was trying and was nice. She didn't stop the other customers or possibly workers from yelling at us for just being there on arrival. The front desk lady was honestly sweet and trying her best but to be yelled at at 4:45 AM on arrival is unacceptable.

location is ok as there is a gas station and Perkins across the street. Parking was fine but the lot does fill up. The room was comfortable and larger then most. Bathroom could use some updating. They are still not doing housekeeping unless you request. We were able to get fresh towels ect as needed. Breakfast was adequate.

Friendly staff, nice hotel, good value, Reward members guaranteed best rates. Breakfast included hot items, but not many low carb choices. Located very near the airport but jet noise not a problem. Overall very good.

The hotel is clean, the staff are super helpful and the breakfast was good. We always have a pleasant time staying at this location. The pillows can be a little firm but again the staff were excellent.

Everyone was super nice, breakfast was good, Pool was nice but needed work. This location was within minutes of lots of stuff i wanted to do and i was very pleased with the service and amenities i got for the price i paid.

We stay at this hotel frequently before flying out of Eppley Airport. They have great rates and make it easy and comfortable to fly. Their shuttle went out of their way to get us to the airport outside their normal hours. There is a restaurant, gas station, and convenience store nearby.

Outside and inside hallways were very dirty. We didn't have washcloths and the bathroom was falling apart. One of the TV's in our suite was cutting in and out. I could hear all the noise from the road/outside.

This was one of the best nights away from home I've had in a while. This hotel is wonderful. The staff is awesome and I'll definitely be back. I had no issues at all with my stay. The staff will go above and beyond for you.

I've never been in a hotel like this one! One of our beds had stains on the sheets on arrival. The front desk brought up new sheets for us to change. The elastic on the new sheets was tearing off those. The comforter had rips in it. Not even close to the website description or pictures. The bathroom was not cleaned and stains on the walls. Stains on lamp shade in another room. Hallway smelled like marijuana the whole stay. One washcloth for a group of 3, and 2 bath towels. Went to desk to get more and they wanted me to bring the other towels back that we needed. Hot Breakfast was cold. A few of the girls from our group felt unsafe night of arrival with non-customer guest hanging out in hallway on a floor, and another approaching them at the entrance when they were getting bags out of car.

We were scheduled to stay at the Best Western Plus Omaha Airport at 2510 Abbott Plaza in Carter Lake, IA for the Mizuno Northern Lights Tournament on January 28th-31st St. Upon arrival and check-in, the room was disgusting. There was mold in the bathroom. A roach of some sort on the baseboard. There was what appears to be a bloodstain in the chair, and judging from the location on the cushion, was probably from somebody's crotch/genital region. The office-style chair was broken, and you couldn't even use it. Sheets that had stains on them, a large stain at that. While standing near the check-in area, a male was overheard asking an employee if they were able to get the back door fixed because it wouldn't lock, and people were walking in the back door at night and using the pool. There was another male seen just wandering the halls, no apparent room rented. He would be seen sitting in different hallways on the different floors with a box of Kleenex and some paperwork that was identified as 'medical type' (release forms maybe?), a couple personal belongings and only one shoe on. Nothing else with him. Within an hour or less of arriving, another parent in our group had their vehicle's license plate stolen in the parking lot! Signs everywhere stating No Smoking. But apparently that doesn't apply to marijuana because the entire place smelled like burnt marijuana. This hotel is located 500 +/- a few feet from a strip club. It is also located just over one-half mile from the Omaha Correctional Facility, a medium/minimum security prison. They left that off the 'nearby attractions' tab on their website. And, I just contacted my credit card company and I was billed for ALL 3 nights. Even though we were there for about 1 hour. Amazing!! Take your family and stay here for a great trip. Go to the zoo, get a lap dance, belongings stolen and Hep C all in the same trip!

Stayed here overnight before an early morning flight. Check in was quick, attendant was friendly and the room was clean. Even though it was only for a few hours, would definitely stay here again. Beds were too firm for us.

This hotel offers LATE and EARLY free shuttle service from 4 am to 1am the next day. I guess 1am to 4am, you take a taxi. Everyone else I called, ran from 7 am to 10 or 11 pm! The night staff, Courtney and Brittany, were outstanding. Brittany even brought coffee filters and coffee to our room at 2 am. Our room had great space, 3 windows that looked at the horizon, and 2 televisions. There are only 2 bath towels, but you can always get more. The amenities were great and I loved having a bath tub. They give you an Omaha world Herald and USA Today newspaper in the morning. Breakfast is available from 4 am to 10 am, complimentary. Thank you

Close to airport, gas station across street, Perkins family restaurant across street within walking distance as is a Subway. Reserved accessible room with king bed, nice. Walk in shower with both chair and bench as advertised. only negative point is room was at end of hall. Very enjoyable experience.

This is not a hotel to have a fun family experience in. It's more of a “quick night, need a place to stay” kind of hotel. We had mold on the ceiling in the shower where the paint was stripped off. There were gnats EVERYWHERE! In the room and all over the breakfast bar. Hot tub did not work, they had a sign hanging stating to push the button several times for the jets to work, needless to say, it still did not work. They are in dire need to upgrade the beds as well. Ours had a special concave feature to it…not ideal for a good nights rest. On a good note, staff was friendly and good location. Right next to a gas station and Perkins.

great location let us leave our car for a very good price per day, as we where flying out took us to the airport and picked us up when we came back . great to have breakfast available at 4 a,m., the desk clerks where very helpful and nice to work with

First room we were given was never cleaned. Second room we were given the door wouldn't lock. Found two worms in the indoor pool-tapered worms. Only gave us one towel (family of four) and then didn't have anymore when we asked. When we asked for a bed change they gave us the sheets to change it ourselves-and the sheets had holes in them. Upstairs was stomping around a lot at night and they told us we would have to go talk to them about it ourselves. They woke us up 4 different times. Pretty awful experience.

This is our favorite hotel to stay before traveling. It has an excellent location near Eppley Airport. You can leave your car at Stewart Parking and take the airport shuttle. There is a convenience store and restaurant. Modern rooms and friendly front desk.

We woke to ants in a pop can on the table that was left over night. It wasn't 1 or 2 ants. It was MANY! Beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable, they were spring mattresses, very thin and very hard! The pool area was extremely dirty and the pool itself was dirty as well. Hot tub was also not in working condition. Bathroom outlets didn't work and they gave us 2 towels!

This hotel is close to the airport, across the street from a convenient store, nice clean comfortable room with a view, front desk was helpful in giving directions.. pool and work out room was a plus ( in side pool) Breakfast was a plus also. Shuttle van runs every 30 minutes

Clean, fast friendly check in. New hotel in excellent condition. Clean rooms and friendly service. Fluffy towels, beautiful swimming pool, full complimentary hot/cold breakfast buffet. Workout room clean and well equipped.

We stayed for 3 nights with our grandson. NIce room and service. Within walking distance of food and gas. Surprisingly good breakfast. Almost cancelled when we received an email about covid restrictions, but that all worked out.

Location suitable, access suitable, outward appearance very nice, checkin and out well done. Room condition awful. Mold all over bathroom floor. Too much late night noise. Air handling unit unable to keep up. Water stains on ceiling. Consistently stale room air.

The receptionist was the lone ranger for 3 hours straight Absolutely could not keep up with the check-ins because 1/2 the rooms check in were either still not cleaned or had other people already in them. After giving her two hours to get things straightened out it was the same when I returned My room still was not cleaned so this receptionist had to go clean rooms so three of us in line could have our rooms.. I put all the blame on management. I give the receptionist a gold star(many people would have walked off the job) but an F to the manager (if you cannot find the help, it is your responsibility to be there yourself

Rooms are comfortable and beds are very nice Brittany is amazing ! I had a banking glitch and she was so patient while I finally had gotten things straightened out with my bank. I caused a line to form, but she was very cheerful. I apologized to the guests waiting in line, and she was very supportive of my situation .

Near downtown and the old market area where there are lots of bars and places to eat. Too far to walk, however. Clean. Very spacious dining area with good decoration and corner cushioned chairs to lounge with coffee. Nice staff. Not much traffic noise.

A fantastic place to stay for the College World Series. Great proximity to the ballpark and downtown, solid rooms, but most notably the customer service was superb. They were very flexible with their rooms as the CWS progressed and were always very helpful and courteous with a wide variety of questions.

The staff at this hotel were so welcoming and accommodating. With the college world series your plans change daily and they were so helpful. Our folks had the King and Junior suites and they were spacious for two people.

I needed a hotel for one night near the airport. This was closest and had good reviews. I'm not sure if I was at the same hotel as these other reviewers. This hotel room was smelly (musty and mildewy). The carpet and bathroom leave a lot to be desired. I won't stay here again.

Rude a$$ staff lady checked us in. I said you guys charged the wrong card. She bagan to yell I didnt charge anything maybe someone else did but she was very ANGRY! She also had her husband/ boyfriend outside instead of working and answering phones when we left.

I felt very unsafe in the parking lot- close to a gentleman's club. The entire hotel smelled. We went to our assigned room, unlocked the door, started to go in and found someone else's belongings in the room! Left immediately. Do NOT stay at this hotel!

Due to COVID my travels were reduced considerably from my usual number of nights traveled and have morally used BW but this stay was a huge surprise. From the time I checked in and “NONE” of my requested were met then found a refrigerator FULL of previous guests food, small amount of black hair stuck to the end of the tub and the towel ring fell off the wall onto the countertop when I went to use the face towel, I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The bed was very comfortable and ventilation worked great but follow up by ANYONE from Management was even a greater surprise, ABSOLUTELY NONE. I can only hope this was an isolated incident because it has not been the “norm” from my previous stays over the past 10 years. The young ladies at the front desk were probably the only “POSITIVE” from this stay at “Carter Lake” property.

Solid 4 star rating. Close to airport with shuttle, 12 minutes to Durham Museum, 13 minutes to Amtrak, 20 minutes to Zoo on city streets. Vehicles can be left at hotel while away on air or train trips, for a small fee. Staff are friendly and helpful. Fixed minor problem with room within a short time. Highly recommended on trip to or through Omaha.

Only down side. There was a crying baby in the adjoined room next to us. But we also had a baby so it wasn't terrible. The pool was down for a couple days and was freezing by the time we got to enjoy it.

Excellent front desk staff. Evelyn B checked us in and took care of all our requests without missing a beat. She was friendly and fun and started our trip off on a wonderful note. Very hard worker. The shuttle bus to the airport was great as well.

Very good visit. limited breakfast items but due to covid restrictions. We have stayed here before and continue to come back. Check in was great. Evelyn was on duty and the desk and was very helpful and polite. She also helped out the next day when we need some extra towels. she brought them right up. hotel was quiet and they kept it clean even with all of the snow the weekend we were there. will definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff was friendly, especially the woman from the sales department and the front desk clerk who worked late night. The room was clean. Was hoping for a lower rate since since it was January and the the hotel was not very full.

Nice hotel close to the airport and long term parking. We loved Evelynne at the front desk upon checking in. She was super friendly and very helpful. Not sure about the breakfast. When we checked out no one let us know if there was breakfast bags out or what was up with it.

We stayed here for one night and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The exterior it neat and the lobby areas was immaculate. Rooms were comfortable and clean with modern decor. Hallways were clean and well kept as well. I did not use the pool or work out facilities but looked nice. The breakfast was minimal due to Covid, but had a decent selection of breakfast items. If you are looking for a hotel that is clean and affordable I recommend checking this place out.

This property is the perfect 1/2-way point on our frequent trips to/from Chicago. Friendly, efficient, professional staff. Very, very clean - even more so w/ Covid19. Tho' not fancy, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great bang for the buck!

Flying in and out of Omaha, I always stay here if the weather is threatening- It's good value and very convenient/comfortable and close to the airport. Evelyn Barr greets you at the front desk with a smile, she loves her job and does what she can to make your stay great.

This is a very convenient airport hotel. The staff is very friendly and informative. The rooms and property are fresh and well appointed. The next time we fly into Omaha, this will be our go to hotel!

Ended up getting stranded at the Omaha airport and called them at 12:30am and was able to get a room. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and the bed comfortable. If you need a place near the airport this place was great and the room was only $75.

Everything was clean and well-appointed outside, in the lobby and guest room. The staff was very professional and accommodating. The only issue we had was a clogged drain in the bathtub that we forgot to report.

Lindsey was extremely helpful and went above and beyond! Right choice for these owners who should be proud she is running their hotel durning these times! The hotel was very very clean to what you would expect it to be and the room was well kept up!

My bf and needed a get away so we found this hotel the night auditor gave me a sweet deal which i loved next to the casino perkins gas station nice area nice breakfast love eggs sausage juice pancakes

The room was great! Very clean and I loved how fancy all the towels and even the toilet paper was folded, and the hotel beautiful! Was able to get checked in before noon at no charge, but the desk clerk who checked me in seemed like she really didn't want to be there. I did have an issue one morning at breakfast...I opened one of their individual milk cartons and took a big swig, only to realize that it was chunky. When I told the breakfast attendant he first asked what the expiration date was (date was a week in the future) and then said something about having issues with some of the cartons not sealing correctly. He said that if I grabbed another one to turn it over and check the bottom. There was no apology or attempt to check any of the other cartons in the fridge to ensure other guests didn't drink curdled milk. I also got two items from the vending machine during my stay, both of which were expired. The lobby computers were painfully slow, and the virus protection questionable, but the WiFi in the room was fine.

We stay at The Best Western Motel once a month. We attend the musicals at the Orpheum. The staff shuttle us to a restaurant, pick us up to take us the Orpheum and pick us up after the show. They are always prompt and courteous.

I always have a great experience staying at this hotel. Rooms are always clean, staff is great and breakfast is never a disappointment. I won't stay anywhere else. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We love the stay & fly option at this hotel... allows us to leave our car until our return flight. Very accommodating for early morning flights... cold breakfast starts at 4 am!! Just minutes from the airport on the free shuttle. Nice HOT hot tub and comfortable beds. Great way to start a trip.

We really enjoyed our visit at this hotel. Breakfast ran until 9:30am. I and my 2yr old went down to get breakfast 5 minutes before they closed it down. Two of the most friendly staff assisted us. Breakfast was hot and had a great variety. The place was super clean also! They didn't rush us to eat but kept asking if we needed anything else. What a great way to start our day!

Had an enjoyable stay at this motel. They went out of their way to make things pleasant. They provided us with a shuttle to get downtown and back and the breakfast and staff was great! Our heat was making a noise so they immediately moved us to a different room.

Conveniently located to return rental car and access the airport. Gas station right next to hotel was a blessing and later a nuisance. Customers throughout the evening very loud with playing their music. Nothing the hotel could've done.

We had an early morning flight during the Thanksgiving holiday. Choose to stay here to make arriving early a bit easier. All staff, from check in and out to shuttle driver provided cheerful, friendly service. Room was clean. No airplane noise was heard. I always use earplugs and eye coverings when I travel anyway. But the Mr. slept soundly. There is a convenience store, Subway and Perkins within walking distance. Price was appropriate. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here in the future should we return to the area.

Best Western staff where polite and helpful throughout the stay. The rooms was great, and it was cleaned. The breakfast was hot and fresh every morning. The Gym and pool was well maintain and easy to access.

Best Western Plus Omaha Airport Inn provided a shelter from the storm. Excellent service from Devin and team. I was stranded out in Omaha, having missed a flight and was waiting for my new flight out. Was jittery and tired and needed some rest. This was more than provided by this Hotel. Notice the capital "H", because it is a Hotel, and not a hotel! Hope you keep on the good work.

The best breakfast out of all the hotels and the staff was friendly and accomodating.. The best experience.. They made towel characters and roses of the toilet paper. They were so nice the breakfast amazing

The staff goes above and beyond! They take complete care of every detail. Rooms were excellent, breakfast was typical but very good and hotel shuttle driver was nice and timel . Overall probably the best I've stayed in and as part of flight crew, we stay in ALOT of hotels!!!

I like staying here for several reason's: 1- Friendly and helpful staff; 2 - Comfortable rooms with nice amenities; 3 - Airport shuttle service; 4 - Beautiful lobby; 5- Able to leave my vehicle there and it is picked up and parked in a safe garage with Stewart Parking so I don't have to worry about that on the day of departure or night before!

Ms. Busch hospitality is beyond the par we ended up booking even though they didn't exactly have what we was originally looking for she helped look for us a room as well as be a great help with our overall mood we had a blast in her presence and look forward to booking again.

I accidentally made a reservation for the following day, and panicked a little when I found this out, but Devin switched it over and assured me there was no problem. The room was clean and there were lots of little touches like towels folded like a puppy, etc. My one complaint was that the refrigerator wasn't cold, but we were too tired to call anyone so we just got ice and continued using our cooler. My mom checked out and watched my baby while I went to my meeting, and reported that Eunice at the front desk was very sweet and understanding despite the wailing 8-month-old and deserved commending. The breakfast was outstanding as well.

I stayed in room 419. This side of the building, the east side, is not quiet due to the all night Mega Saver gas station. I think that all the mufflerless vehicles and crotch rocket motorcycles in this area visit this place all night long. Having said that, everything else about this motel is excellent. The room was very clean, bathroom very clean and staff very friendly. Their shuttle took me to and picked me up from a restaurant that was not close by. The shuttle driver was great and even took me on a tour of downtown Omaha. The breakfast was great. The big screen and TV system was one I could actually make work with ease. I would stay here again, just on the other side of the building.

All staff and management provided exceptional service and a sincere interest in making our 3 day stay great. Being unfamiliar to the area, everyone took their time to get us acquainted with where things were. Hotel shuttle service was extremely accommodating, we felt like we had a personal limousine. Staff responded to our requests and, or needs promptly, professionally and in a friendly manner.

Awesome friendly staff. Honest housekeepers. Rose bud made out of toilet paper on the roll.. very well maintained. Will most certainly stay again. All day fresh coffee available in lobby was a plus when having to work overnight.

I have stayed at the hotel a couple of times and it's always a good experience. The hotel is close to the airport and not far from restaurants. It's on the north side of downtown and it's easy to get from the hotel to downtown fairly quickly. Although the airport is close-by, I didn't hear any noise from planes.

A nice average hotel, easy to get to and easy to navigate around when we wanted to go the movies, zoo and restaurants. Room was clean, nice, large and the wifi worked well. our TV remote wasn't working well but the staff were very quick and knowledgeable about how to fix the problem. There is a gas station, subway restaurant and Perkins restaurant right across the street. We didn't use the breakfast services as the times were a bit early for us.

Mike the manager was helpful and all the staff smiled with kind words as we asked questions about good places to eat in town. Desk people set up the shuttle to take us to several locations including the Lauritzen Garden which was amazing. Very nice visit overall and we did not have any problems.

After another hotel had sold our reserved room out from under us the staff at the BW Plus at the Omaha Airport were amazing and took care of us right away. The service and people make this an A plus. The accommodations are also nice.

There are many many hotels in this area. This one was originally picked due to the price. Myself and another associate stayed there, found the room is clean. People that work there were friendly. My only gripe was where my room was was a little noisy from the highway. Other than that everything was fine.

My son had a baseball camp at Creighton University. We needed a place close and clean. Our last experience with the Best Western in Tucson went terribly but I had a free night and was willing to give the company another chance. This staff is very friendly and accommodating. Any small issues were handled quickly and easily. The breakfast is very good especially since it is included. Many choices for breakfast. The gym was small but had everything for a quick workout. There was an indoor pool which was nice as well. Very clean and convenient. About 6-7 minutes from Creighton and within 20 minutes or less of everything we wanted to do on the Nebraska and Iowa side of things. Never been to the midwest before but this hotel did an excellent job!

Good size room and very comfortable bed and very quiet being on the 4th. floor. At check in we were greeted by Euince who was most welcoming and went above and beyond to get us a early check in. Hotel offers a great spread for breakfast and also provides transportation to the airport.

Mike and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. When we needed a shuttle before the regular hours Mike drove the shuttle himself! Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable.

I was here last week and found the hotel to be clean, friendly and THE place to stay in the airport area. It was over $75 cheaper than the downtown OMA hotels and that included the free parking. Recommended!

This was an awesome hotel and the staff was very efficient and polite. The food was excellent with a variety of hot and cold items to chose from. The pool area was clean and the fitness center had gym quality cardio equipment, dumbells up to 50lbs and a cable system. Great stay.

Unfortunately, our flight was cancelled and we had an unscheduled overnight. Fortunately it was a teriffic stay. The staff is fantastic! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping does an excellent job. I highly recommend this hotel!

Ethics is not a feature of the management of this hotel.I had a booking here from July 10-July 11. Unfortunately, my inbound flight was cancelled due to weather. I was assured by an employee that the hotel would refund my reservation, but they have not done so and now refuse to do so. Not recommended.

After my daughter's flight was delayed and then canceled and I was already back home two hours away, Best Western Plus by the airport saved the day. They had a room available for a great rate, airport shuttles that were there within minutes. Her flight was rescheduled for the following night so the hotel graciously allowed her a late check out and shuttle service to the airport at three since she didn't have to be there till six. She said the hotel was very nice and breakfast was good too.

The room was extremely clean, breakfast was hot and good, beds were nice and firm (not hard, not too soft). Very nice and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again if I were passing through the area.

Hotel is situated near serveral other hotels in the vicinity of the airport. Gas is available right across the street, restaurants are close. They have a free shuttle to the airport and a park & fly option is available for $5.00/day. Hotel is close to the CHI Health Center, a large convention center, and the ball field. Rooms were bright and clean. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and consistent with expectations for a warm breakfast. Plenty of room to sit in the breakfast area and lobby. We will definitely use this hotel again next time we are in Omaha.

We were in Omaha for a youth baseball tournament during the College World Series. Our original hotel had a pipe burst before we checked in, so they moved several from our team to this Best Western. We were so thankful they did! We are used to staying at 4-5 star hotels and having excellent customer service. We were shocked by the level of customer service we were provided. Laura and Joe made every effort to accommodate us and made sure we were all enjoying our stay. Anytime we asked a question or needed help, they were there. You would expect them to be on edge with dealing with all the College World Series and the youth baseball tournament traffic, but they were very pleasant. The hotel was clean and the complimentary breakfast was great! I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you Laura and Joe!!

Had to get a last minute room close to the airport. They were very friendly and accommodating. Very clean hotel and a good free breakfast. I need a shuttle to the hotel and it was quick and the driver was super nice. If you need a place to stay close to the airport, I would highly recommend!

Only needed a one night stay on a road trip with our kids. Clean room, decent price, and friendly staff, I slept great. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Only complaint, pool chemicals...super strong smell, hurt the kids eyes.

Disappointed that the in-room alarm clock did not work and more disappointing the front desk did not call for my 4am wake-up call. This day and age with technology this is a fundamental requirement for the hospitality industry

Continue to use this hotel when we visit my daughter in college. Rooms always clean, check in was fast, no issues at all with the stay. We stayed just one night. Breakfast was fine. hotel was crowded but breakfast was well stocked. will continue to stay here.

We've stayed at 3 hotels in this immediate area and this has been the best. It is clean and the staff is professional. Breakfast selection was not near as good as other Best Westerns we've been to, but it was ok. Beds were comfy. We will stay here again.

This property is a little dated but the staff makes up for that with their great customer service. The hotel was very clean and my room was comfortable. Even the outside of the building was clean and well kept.

After a last minute change of plans we quickly booked a room here and man are we glad we did! The hotel is clean, fresh, modern, and relaxing. Reya at the front desk was flooded with guests all at once but still did such a great job handling everything from the phone to a locked room to check ins and even a guest that was less than happy about paying for parking for her unattended vehicle for the week. Reya was always calm and professional. She was also so nice when we asked about getting some paper plates and getting my key card working again. I have worked as a front desk agent and applaud Reya's ability to handle it all! Our room was great and very comfortable. The pool was basic and a little small but that's totally fine-and as far as I know the pool towels never even ran out. Breakfast was nice-my kids loved the pancakes! The breakfast attendant kept foods stocked and the area clean. We will definitely be checking this hotel for availability the next time we are in town! Great value for the price. Thanks for turning our weekend around!

This was our fave hotel during a weeklong business and leisure trip to Nebraska and South Dakota. Wish we had spent more nights here. Rooms spotless and very well appointed. Nice breakfast. Courteous staff. Shuttle available to take you anywhere within five miles of hotel. Very close to airport. Next time we visit Omaha, we're staying here!

We arrived late and were only staying a few hours. Upon check in the front desk gal was super friendly and efficient. I also liked the fact that at 4 am they offered a grab and go brat for those early flights! Room and bathrooms were very clean. Short stay but very friendly,

Really nice hotel located just across the river from Omaha. Convenient if coming to the city for events and good location. Rooms were really huge and the price for room with a Queen Size was only $92.75 with all taxes in for the evening. Parking can be a little tight, so don't try with a truck and trailer. There is a Phillips 66 gas station across the street that makes it handy for grabbing gas and snacks. Located across the street from the Spearmint Rhino if you are looking for nearby entertainment with in walking distance. Very nice breakfast and lobby area and immaculately clean. Beds are very comfortable and different selection of pillows available if that's an issue for you sleeping. AC & Heating all worked perfectly. Good business desk for people working and traveling.

My wife and I were unable to get to our daughter and son in law's place in Fremont and unexpectedly had to stay at a hotel. We chose the Best Western near the airport. The place appears to have had a recent renovation and it is very nice. The room was well done and clean. The front desk staff were great and the shuttle drivers were terrific. A great value. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Thanks to the hotel manager and front desk person, Eunice, who made calls for us to find a rental car company that would rent us a one way rental to home in Sioux Falls. Our flight the night before was cancelled due to weather. We ended up going n Omaha, 3 hours south, needing a rental car to get home. We are Hertz Gold customers but Hertz refused to offer a one way rental. Eunice found Alamo for us. So thanks to the hotel for a comfortable night, great breakfast, but most importantly, a caring front desk gal and hotel manager. We are grateful!

Previous airport hotel stays we've used the park/fly and they move the car to another long term parking lot for you but this time we left the car in their lot. I was a little nervous about this as we were gone for a few weeks but it worked out great and we didn't have a huge parking bill when we got home. The only negative I have about this property is that it doesn't have it's own shuttle bus, they use Stewart's parking shuttle so you have to call the property, they call Stewart's then the shuttle comes 15minutes later, which is a LONG TIME when you have to stand outside door 2 on the shuttle pad waiting for this shuttle!!

Very near the airport. A little loud during the night due to C-store next door. I will stay again. There were a few things in the room that were poor workmanship that would warrant a little less expensive room rate.

Spacious, clean room. Nicest bathroom towels was a definite plus. Breakfast room very nice and clean and very good breakfast options. We will definitely stay here the next time we fly out of Omaha airport.

It was clean and seemed safe. The breakfast was average. The biggest issue is the beds are rock hard. We rented two rooms and all the beds were rock hard. Another issue was the loud guests swearing and yelling at 730am. I had to get up and ask them to please be quiet. They then spoke loudly in some European language We were within 1/2 hall from the front desk and they did nothing. I have now stayed at 5 motels in this area - a couple Holiday Inns and Hampton Inns. I will stay at one of them in the future.

Clean rooms and pool/hot tub area with a nice but small workout room including free weights. Good breakfast choices. Need a better business center area as it's right near the main entrance and has zero privacy for the computers. Staff was great!

Had a great experience. A lot of family came to town - Omaha, NE. We booked over 30 rooms and service was excellent. The whole staff went over and above expectations. Laura Bush was my contact person and she just covered everything. We were given access to the dining room when breakfast was not being served and this just picked up all the overflow from the lobby area and having to be outside of the establishment.

This was a great location, facility and staff. We traveled for 3 weeks and this was our best hotel experience.From the shuttle driver to the desk staff, the manager and kitchen staff were all extremely helpful.

Went for a 2 night stay while visiting daughter in college. Was a great stay, check in was the fastest I have ever had. room was clean and in good shape. we were out all day the second day and when we came back room was all cleaned up. breakfast was good, hot, everything was full and kitchen area was clean. Pool area was clean, only issue was hot tub was very hot, but we enjoyed the pool area. Had an issue here previously but gave it another shot and was happy with the stay. we would definitely stay here again

The room was cold and damp. Everything was damp to the touch, including the chairs, pillows and sheets. The bed was very hard, probably the hardest, worst bed I have ever slept on. I tossed and turned all night. I will not stay at this hotel again. I love Best Western Hotels, so this is a disappointment.

The front desk staff was very friendly. Smooth check-in. The room and property was beautiful. We stayed for several days and the breakfast was different each day. Delicious hot breakfast with many options. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff at this hotel are wonderful!! The most important item to share is about how honest they are! I left my driver's license in a little travel purse in our room when we checked out. Yes, this is totally my fault. Please read below how my ID was returned to me by these great people. Marbella, the Housekeeper, found it and immediately turned it into the front desk staff. Cassandra, a Front Desk Clerk, passed it on to the manager, Mike Lundgren. Dena called to ask if we had left anything. I gave my name as Ms. Mitchell, because I am married. However, my driver's license has my other name on it because I didn't change it when we married. I explained this when I realized I needed to tell her my other name in case there was ID in the bag. She then told me it had my ID in it. I had to have it to get on a plane by that Sunday!!! I was crazy worried. Mike sent it on to another hotel destination of ours later in the week. We received it and were eternally grateful for their honesty and efforts to return such an important item to us. With so much Identity fraud going on in the world, we were thrilled that this went the other way.

Beautiful property and the staff goes out of their way to assist. Always a pleasure to stay at this location for business and pleasure. I select this property every time I need lodging in Omaha. The breakfast has a nice selection and friendly host/attendant. The hours work well for airport travel too.

The hotel and staff were in tip top shape to handle our large event. Smooth check-in, clean rooms, quick shuttles, professional pleasant staff, etc. Downtown Omaha is a great place to visit. Would stay here again.

Just a quick overnight stay with a really nice staff. We checked in late and left early. They started breakfast a three am, a grab and go for people with an early flight. I had to wash a load of laundry $2 to wash and free dryer. The breakfast was great and they had soy milk for my daughter.

Very helpful staff, good sized room, amenities were all as advertised, and room had some personal touches that made it feel welcoming. Hotel had a shuttle to reach the downtown area and all area attractions to relieve us of the need to navigate in an unfamiliar town.

The usual good place to stay. It was very close to the airport in Omaha. We've never had a bad experience at Best Western. I left very early and wasn't able to eat the breakfast. It was a short stay due to my early flight but the proximity to the airport was great.

Holy cow!! The bedroom portion of the suite is bigger than my own room at home. You could easily do an extended stay at this hotel, no problem! The bed is a little firm for my taste but some people prefer that. Check-in went smoothly; Everything in the room was clean and well maintained. They also have a “Grab & Go”' breakfast option for early fliers that is available at 3:00 am, cold breakfast that starts at 4:00, and hot breakfast at 6:00. I've never seen a hotel cater to travelers like that but what a great concept!

A great place to stay! The room was very quiet and clean. A really nice breakfast. The kids enjoyed the pool. The shuttle was perfect to use to and from the airport. The towel animal on the bed was so adorable!

I called the hotel about an hour and a half away to see if they had any rooms. A pleasant voice answered the phone followed by what I can only describe as the best customer service experience of well.....perhaps my life. Tiara answered and by the end of the call she had me taken care of. I walked through the front doors and it was as if the hotel had sealed behind the sliding glass doors an experience it wanted me to remember for many years....and remember I will! I was promptly greeted by an AMAZING, FRIENDLY, KIND, MOST HOSPITABLE EVER front desk attendant named Tiara. Tiara was not only helpful, but without even asking she had me set-up in a suite (Membership Rewards has its privileges) . She is the first and only person to actually give me my upgrade without asking so it was a refreshing change from the norm. Do you like people who make you feel good to be alive then show up when she is working she just makes you happy to be a human. Then I walked into a wonderland of cleanliness it was as if the magic cleaning fairly dashed through my room waiving his/her magic clean wand all over everything and ever inch of the room. I have stayed in a few Best Western Pluses and have been so letdown.....but not here. My suite was inviting, peaceful, and spacious. My suite furniture was in great condition and comfortable. The beds were more comfortable than my house beds. Oh....I almost left out the most bad@ss towel elephant sitting on my bed (I named him Trunks). I am 1 stay away from being a Diamond Select Rewards Member (Meaning I stay at many Best Westerns) and I'm telling you that this hotel is in my top 2! I stopped staying in the Best Western Pluses because many of them are a letdown but not here.....STAY HERE you will have no worries! Great job everyone you have a hotel you can be proud of! P.S. No plane noise either

Shuttle transport used was great not having to drive and fight to find parking space. Breakfast excellent. Bed to firm for us. For others it might be great. I suggest the hotel purchase memory foam pillow toppers for guest to use.

Really enjoyed the location, room & amenities. Free newspapers, free shuttle service, clean rooms, great beds & lots of pillows. Friendly staff. Only downfall was the breakfast. Just mediocre. I would stay here again.

We stopped by for one night on a visit to Omaha, I was skeptical about the hotel at first, but WOW. THIS is what all hotels should be like. Close to downtown, Old Market and they offer a shuttle service. Room was very clean, very well furnished, and we were surprised to find that someone had taken the time to craft an elephant from the towels. Even the paper in the bathroom was decorated in a flower. They take time to make the room special. We will DEFINITELY stay here again and I recommend this to ANYONE looking for a hotel that is budget friendly and convenient.

The staff were helpful and courteous. There was a shuttle to take you to down town areas as well as to the airport. Very convenient to the airport and old town Omaha. The room was extremely comfortable. Beds were great. The only negative is that the shuttle does not run until 7:00 AM so I had to have a friend take me to the AMTRAK station.

This hotel is conveniently located and in a safe neighborhood. The rooms are super clean and the hotel staff is friendly. I cannot think of a negative to staying here (maybe the noise of the planes, but if you are looking at a hotel by the airport, you probably already knew that).

Everything was very nice and the employees were very professional and courteous. The breakfast items were well organized and presentable. The egg omelets could have been a little warmer. Other than that it was very good.

After a week with family in north central NE, we stayed here for one night before our flight out. Best Western plus made it easy. We dropped off the rental car, rode to airport and was picked up and shuttled to the hotel. The fact that this hotel will shuttle you from and to the airport was part of the reason we chose it. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. Specifically ask for Tiara if you want accurate, great suggestions on restaurants, shops etc. I haven't been this pleased with a hotel in a while! Book here, you won't regret it.

This is a very clean and modern facility. The staff go beyond expectations to meet your needs. Very professional and dedicated to making your stay the very best. Joe was particularly professional and helpful to us during our stay. There was nothing he would not do to assist us. Very very nice.

Ah, if hotels would only remain like this instead of becoming complacent. A cute elephant made of towels awaited me on my bed. The front-desk staff bent over backwards to find my frequent-traveler account. The manager greeted me three times and learned my name. The exercise room was modest, and the breakfast was useful mostly for getting fatter, but I would gladly stay at this place again for the great people.

Had to catch an early flight (5am) to start our vacation so we went down to the Omaha airport the night before. Hadn't stayed here before, but the rooms were very nice, clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They offer a free early breakfast option for travelers who have to depart before 6am. No waffles, but they had eggs and sausage. I would heartily recommend this motel to anyone in the future without reservation.

Came in to see family and stayed two nights was unable to park in the lot because of how full they were. When I spoke to front desk they said it was because they let there customers park there while they were gone as long as stayed there night before. I think it's a huge inconvenience for people who were actually staying there at the time and not able to park there. I had to use my niece garage and had to have her transport me or take me back n forth to my truck. Also the front desk if I would call no one would answer even if gave a few minutes between. I would have to physically go down to get helped. Just an FYI on that. Rooms and everything else is ok.

We decided to stay near the airport at the last minute when we heard the weather could be bad. Sara made our reservations effeciently and explained about getting a free shuttle ride to the airport and leaving our car at the hotel. After a comfortable night and a nice breakfast it was so nice to get in a warm shuttle and be dropped off at the door at the airport. For breakfast the coffee and pancakes were very good. Our room was clean with fun towel characters in the bathroom and bedroom. A caution is the that the bathtub floor is very slippery. Also it would be very nice to have a towel bar or hook near the tub. We will definitely stay at the Best Western again when flying out of Omaha.

The desk clerk, Tiara, was exceptional. It was Christmas Eve and I assume they were running with minimal staff. When we asked about the hot tub at check in, she went & turned it on to make sure it would be nice & hot for us. When we got to our room, the TV wouldn't work. She came right up, all the way on the 3rd floor, with a smile. When she couldn't get it to work, she immediately transferred us to a suite, and even brought new keys up to us! We made our way to the hot tub, which was indeed HOT! Awesome! Breakfast the next morning was really good... with eggs, bacon, sausage gravy... plus all the usual hotel fare. The breakfast attendant was friendly & happy... not grudgingly working on Christmas Day. We did the Stay & Fly option, using the airport shuttle... very convenient. We will definitely stay again!

Being a truck driver for a company nearby I decided to fly out on Christmas and my buddy to fly out the day before. Arrived around 330PM and was allowed to check in pending they had a clean room available.We walk in and there is a origami elephant on the bed like you find on cruise ships it was so cute.Went and asked at the desk how far the Ameristar was. They called up a free shuttle and took us there to have prime rib and crab legs. Its a free shuttle but i always tip the driver for picking us up so quick. The room is clean.I seriously tried to find something wrong to see if i could out think em there was no way a hotels housekeeping was THAT good. Tops of pictures dust free,Back of tv clean,Behind toilet spotless. it really was a clean room.The walls are very sound resistant so u wont hear tvs and laughing from other rooms Airplanes can be heard but you have to be right next to the ac unit to hear the faint noise.If u like airplanes get a room facing the gas station on the top floor,You might get to see em if they are using the north runways. The airport shuttle needs to be booked at the front desk the day BEFORE your flight its not the hotels van but a 3rd party so they need a count of people to pickup Like my title says this is the standard of what all hotels need to have at minimum will return anytime i need to fly out of Omaha

Great place to throw a bday party. The kids love the pool and the pancake maker :) the staff is friendly and very helpful with all your needs. Beds are comfy and they have cots if you nees a extra bed in the room. Very accommodating.

I am a frequent guest and this hotel. I work in commercial transportation and my employer sends me for lodging, since I do not live in Omaha. I have never taken the time to write a review, but I am always extremely satisfied with the service of the management {i.e. Mike, Sara, Laura} they resolve concerns with precision and care. The cleaning staff/housekeeping are not only professional at sanitation, but the towel decorations on the beds are amazing to say the least. The delicious breakfast is served early to accommodate guests, and the turkey sausage is perfect for my dietary needs. Amanda does a wonderful job. Kenny Longdon

Came to Omaha for a girls weekend getaway. This is such a lovely hotel close to downtown Omaha and easy access to the interstate and airport. The price we paid, the value is excellent and amenities are above standards. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

Picked this hotel due to its close proximity to the Airport (5 minute shuttle ride) and the Best Western reputation. The customer service was fantastic. Greeted with a smile and kind words. The staff called us a free shuttle to the "old town" area of Omaha which features shopping and great places to eat. Return shuttle was an easy phone call. We were also set up for an early morning shuttle to the airport. Room was very clean and nice and huge breakfast selection in the morning. Could not ask for a better place to stay. And the indoor pool and spa were also nice features.

My room was very spacious and clean. There was a cute little dog made from towels on my bed when I arrived. The staff was professional and friendly. There was a gas station directly across from the hotel to fuel my rental car up prior to leaving. The airport car rental place was approximately 1 mile from the hotel and the airport probably less than a mile from the car rental. Very convenient for me.

Convenient location near Eppley Field. Excellent shuttle service. Polite, friendly staff. Clean and quiet. Very reasonable prices. Overall a very successful formula for providing the "best (western)" experience.

Our recent stay at the Best Western was better than we expected. Adrian at the front desk greeted us with welcomed smile. He was efficient and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Amanda in the breakfast area watched over us and made sure we had what we needed. All in all our stay was wonderful and we highly recommend staying there.

This hotel was a very good value for the money, but here is my advice: Ask for a room on the top floor (to minimize creaky floors above you), on the back side of the building (the front overlooks a gas station, which got pretty noisy on multiple occasions). Also, the beds are of decent quality but are very firm! If you like firm beds, you'll love them. I would've preferred softer (and, from reading other reviews, I see I'm not the only one). Breakfast is average. Wifi worked great. Room was very clean. Shower was great but bathroom fan didn't seem to do anything but make noise. AC unit has a "constant fan" option, which is great for people who like white noise while sleeping. Location isn't great for walking (the only places nearby are a Subway and a convenience store) but is only 5 minutes from downtown by car, and close to the airport. Overall, a decent stay at a great price.

When I have a choice I always choose Best Western. The employees always have a smile and are ready to help. They provided a ride to the airport even at the early hour in which we needed to leave. You just can't beat Best Western!!

I always worry about hotels near airports because of the high turnover in rooms and potential noise. But this hotel exceeded my expectations! Clean, nice modern rooms, good workout gym and pool, the beds are comfy and the noise level is low! Great, helpful staff!

This BW is conveniently located to the airport. It's clean and the rooms are nice and comfortable. I wish all Best Western's were this nice and that the chain was consistent. If all BWs were like this one, I'd probably stay in them more often.

We have stayed at this hotel 2x now and will be staying in our future visits to Omaha. Hot breakfast is good (would be great if it was freshly cooked but I think it's frozen things like eggs reheated). Staff is awesome. Pool, lobby and rooms clean. The location is a relaxing short drive and good area. I feel very safe with my 2 small girls coming here. The hotel gives you snacks on request for your outings & the pool/spa area is super clean and fun.

Perfect for an early flight out of Epply Airfield! Clean and close by... Breakfast provided a good selection. Room was clean and tidy as well as bathroom. Amenities were perfect. Room decor had recently been updated. Reception desk very helpful and personable.

We arrived at the Best Western after a late flight to Omaha having missed our connection in Chicago. We had flown from Germany to Finland. We were extremely tired. The night receptionist, Dena, was most polite, helpful and understanding. Her kind and helpful attitude helped us relax after a rather upsetting event....missing a flight.

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was included and was fast and fresh. Staff were very polite and knowledgeable about the area. Pool was a welcomed addition.

Very nice stay at a very reasonable price. We requested a quiet room and were placed in the D block. It was very quiet with really comfortable beds. Families enjoyed poolside rooms and didn't mind the extra noise during swimming hours. Quick and easy van service to and from the fun downtown restaurant area. Incredibly pleasant and helpful staff. Lots of breakfast offerings and quick free internet connection. All staff were A+

Excellent hotel for business people. They had two breakfast settings, one 4 to 6 AM for those leaving from the airport early and the second from 6 to 9 AM for people leaving later. The desk clerks were very helpful to us as we wanted to go to the casinos nearby. This hotel is easy to find and located right by a convenience store for late night snack attacks. We were not bothered by any noise associated with the airport.

We recently had to travel last minute and stayed t Best Westerns all three of the nights we were out of town. The service we received at both of the facilities was great. Pleasant and attentive staff at both facilities, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast! My only true complaint is the pancake making machine, it spits our rubbery, not-so-appetizing "pancakes".

Stayed here for two nights. Staff was friendly. Reserved two queens on second floor, smaller rooms but Bed and pillows were comfortable. Decent pool area not too far from University Medical Center. Breakfast offerings seemed lacking variety.

We've stayed at a lot of Best Westerns, and have NEVER stayed in one as nice as this one. The staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant, and the decor, cleanliness, and breakfast all were excellent. I wish all the Best Westerns were as nice as this one.

Very nice hotel. I got upgraded to a junior suite for being a Diamond member and it was extremely nice. Convenient to the airport. Really more than I expected for the location. Will be staying here again.

Nice new property with excellant staff. Were helpful and responsive. Only problem was with hotel design in that you could here people walking on floor above you. First night hot water wasn't as good as it was the second night.

This hotel worked great for the holiday weekend. We were close to the zoo, pedestrian bridge and park. The pool was warm and worked great for the kids. The staff helped us avoid the parade traffic and created a towel puppy which delighted the children. You couldn't even tell we were near an airport from inside the room.

Love the beds and pillows. Also the breakfast and amenities are super awesome. Close to downtown Omaha and all the happenings I was attending. Many options for breakfast choices and times to eat as well.

One of the nicest inexpensive hotels I've stayed at. To start, the parking lot was clean & well lit. The clerk at the front desk was very friendly, patient and helpful. My non-smoking room had a king size bed and a sleeper sofa, even tho I was traveling alone. The bed was cushy, the bedding was comfortable, as were the pillows. There was even a dog made out of towels laying on the bed! There was a huge bench at the foot of the bed and a lamp on each bedside table. All the furniture was nicer than your typical hotel furniture. The kitchen area had dishes and silverware. Very nice. The bathroom was well lit with plenty of counter space. I really appreciated the half-wall between the toilet and the sink. I'm short and I usually have to lean way over the sink to look into the mirror to put my makeup on, so I was happy to be able to put my travel mirror on this shelf. Sometimes it's the little things you appreciate the most! Should I ever be in the area again I would stay here again.

My family and I went on a 8 day road trip, visiting 4 states and staying at many different hotels. It was obvious to my family and I that this Best Western was the BEST. Everything from the location, service, rooms, etc. was great. I would definitely go back to this hotel as well as IHIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel if visiting Nebraska.

Our main complaint was in the dining room they ran out of food. Staff claimed due to being so busy. Sorry, but the at is your business people and food. Gluten free muffins were not available, and there was not other GF OPTION (I,e. Oatmeal) available. Disappointing.

Stopped for a night on a family road trip. Crib was in room as requested for infant. Breakfast was a reasonably good example of the self-service "hot" buffet type. Everything was comfortable and clean, felt new. Someone on the housekeeping staff is a towel-folding artist. Location is convenient to airport.

About a 3 minute ride from the airport and close to downtown Omaha, NE. Good Continental breakfast! I have bursitis in the hip and there beds did not bother me. Bathrooms are very clean. Their walls seem to be a bit thin.

Fantastic stop on the way down to Nebraska for the Eclipse. Right on the border and close to a Lot of interesting sites and things to do. Iowa is not all Flat.!! In the String of Hotels in the area This Would be my choice every time.

We were there to move our daughter down for college. Everyone we came in contact with were very pleasant and friendly. Hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. Our shuttle driver on Thursday morning was exceptionally good. Very outgoing and helpful with any questions we had.

This property is next door to a Candlewood Suites, where we stayed for the triathlon last year. It was twice as expensive as the Best Western for not much benefit. It was nice that they had a shuttle services within a 5 mile radius also.

I was traveling for work in the Omaha area and found this Best Western Plus near the airport. This is a very nice facility in a great location. Nice clean comfortable rooms, good internet. I was not able to get the front desk staff to send the confirmation for my next scheduled reservation to my email due to some problem on their end.

My family and I stayed at this location for 1 night on July 1st. The staff was very friendly and efficient to check us in fairly quickly. The rooms were new and clean. Enough parking for everyone. breakfast was also good. we had lot of luggage, they changed our rooms from 2nd floor to ground floor.

I was so pleasantly surprised by my hotel stay! Our room was modern, clean, really nice decor, it had a fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker. I couldn't have wanted anything more. REALLY close to Epply Airport (4 min. drive). If you have an early flight they have grab and go breakfast available at 0300, cold breakfast starting at 0400, hot breakfast starting at 0600. Perfect stay - thank you Best Western!

We were in town for business and always try to stay at Best Western Plus locations. This one is convenient, easy parking and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle to the Market Place area for dinner and made it more enjoyable! Rooms very clean and odor free. Highly recommend this location!

Actually located in Carter Lake IA, but only a quick few minutes to both the airport and downtown Omaha. More importantly, the hotel provides a bus service to both locations plus they'll take you to Old Market in Omaha for dinner or drinks. You can be at the convention center in 5 minutes. They even ran us up to the zoo.Terrific service with friendly drivers. I understand that the hotel used to be a Holiday Inn Express. There is a somewhat odd lobby entrance, in that you don't see the front desk upon entering. They have two computers for guest use and a small but adequate sitting area. The rooms are decent sized. I did hear every foot step above us. Breakfast is adequate and about what was expected. Note that, other than a gas station and a liquor store and Subway shop, there is nothing immediately near the property. This is a good value property and I would repeat when next in Omaha.

this is right next to the airport, very clean, priced right, cant go wrong here. will stay here again. there are not too many options at this airport, I am in hotels about 160 nights a year, and prefer Best Western.

Great visit. We got stuck in town for an extra day due to a medical emergency. Everyone was great from the front counter to the staff. All questions were answered promptly and correctly. Thank you for making a difficult situation just that little bit better that we needed.

I had been in hospital earlier that morning when I had a sudden trip to the hospital and was advised to go back home. My husband had to get us a flight home and I was not really fit enough to travsl home that day. He bought 2 tickets for the next day so had to find a hotel where we could stay the night. The Best Western had the one room available as there was a baseball tournamount being staged there. We got an airport bus straight to the door of this hotel. When we rang to report noisy people going along the corridoor they did manage to quieten the noise which was much appreciated. The breafast was self-service but we really had a good choice and liked the pancake maker! All the staff were polite and helpful.

My husband and extended family used this was used for a family wedding weekend. We were well please with everything, except the ironing board was broken but was able to make do by putting on the bed. Busy hotel with all the baseball games nearby and fans in the hotel. Thought it was very comfortable and personal very heplful. Had to get directions to a private home and church with directions right on. Should have asked for directions from church to the reception--probably would have been better than Mapquest. Returned to the hotel was right on and no problems except for foot traffic around the ball diamond for tbe College World Series game letting out about the same time as our trip back.

The staff made our four night stay a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The manager treated as his personal guests and set the pattern for a warm, caring, and responsive staff. Shuttle service to the downtown sights and to restuarants made the location (within 5 minutes of the airport) very accessible to all we wanted to do. Thank you for a perfect stay.

This was first time to Omaha to visit and while there were other Hotels to stay at, I chose Best Western and have not regretted my choice once. Staff was awesome and the rooms were very clean. Good breakfast, and the shuttle service was a great add on. Planning to make another trip to Omaha and this will be go to place to stay at.

We went for a baseball tournament. So in addition to luggage, we had sports equipment. The room was extra large, very comfortable for the family. My husband picks hotels for the breakfast and this one did not disappoint. There was a large variety hot and cold items. Amanda, the employee who ran the breakfast area, always asked if we had what we needed. She was very good with my boys despite being busy bussing tables (always clean) and stocking food. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location, staff was awesome, bed was comfy, couldn't ask for better for the price I paid. Only complaint is the pool area is so hot and muggy and needs better ventilation. Gym has good equipment but area is small.

We came to Omaha to visit the zoo, but knew the CWS was going on as well. They offered a shuttle to both locations, so it made our decision to stay here even easier! We appreciate the gentleman who checked us in, he made sure we had a room we would be happy with!

Lobby was nice, good breakfast choices. Room carpet was wet when we checked in. No closet or luggage rack. Loved the shuttle service, they will take you anyplace you want to go in a five mile radius. They have early morning shuttle service to the airport.

Went to Omaha to visit colleges. this hotel was perfect for visiting Creighton. we had a very nice 3 night stay. pool/hot tub we nice and clean, used it every night. exercise room had enough items to get in a work out. breakfast was standard with a decent selection and there was always food on hand when we went in. staff was very nice at check in and check out. Only minor issue was the AC didn't seem to help with humidity. always seems a little muggy in the room but not too bad. everything in rooms were good, beds slept well and had fridge and microwave. price was good and we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, from the room, hot tub/pool to the breakfast in the morning. Front desk was friendly and helpful. If you need a quick bite to eat there is a Subway across the parking lot. Quiet and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Stayed while visiting Creighton University with my son. Much better value here than hotels downtown but still very close. Clean, quiet and comfortable beds. Also close to airport with shuttle service if needed.

The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable stay. Close to the market area and the zoo. I won't stay anywhere else now when I'm in the Omaha area.

The staff was wonderful from the moment we inquired about reservations for a block of rooms. Mike, the general manager, took the time to show us the facility and provide a reasonable rate in advance of our event. Laura was great when we had to revise reservations (she is the reservation guru). The facility is in good shape, well maintained and has nice amenities. Our only trouble was that the key cards needed to be rebooted a few times.

I had an early flight and decided to try the Best Western at the airport. The staff was friendly the room clean and the value good. This hotel is a short ride to the airport on a shuttle and close to downtown. Easy to get to some nice restaurants and low hastle getting to the airport.

The Best Western Plus is located near the Eppley airport in Omaha and is close to the Old Market and Century Link Center. The hotel was clean and bright and the staff was very friendly, especially the breakfast staff. The quality of the breakfast food was good.The rooms were modern and the beds were comfortable.

One of the better Best Western I've visited. Very friendly staff, very clean and nicely put updated room. Good TV and channels. Great water pressure and all bathroom fixtures were in tip top shape and working order. Only issue, and it's not fault if hotel, is the soft water.

We traveled from Kansas City with several families for a dance competition in Omaha NE. Our room was excellent! Very comfortable nights sleep, super clean updated modern rooms and a great helpful friendly staff! The shuttle to our venue was a huge perk! This will be our go to hotel for Omaha!

They are very conveniently located near the airport and TD Ameritrade baseball stadium. They also offer a very convenient shuttle service to neighboring areas. Chose to stay at this hotel which is actually in Carter Lake, Iowa just outside of Omaha when in town for the Eric Church concert at the Century Link Center. The hotel offered a shuttle which was an unexpected bonus. The hotel is small-just 2 stories-rooms were clean and quiet-large breakfast area. The staff were friendly and helpful in directing us to local bike trails. Would definitely stay there again if in the Omaha area. Thank you!!

This hotel manager and staff were amazing! So attentive and welcoming, they made sure everything went smoothly for my stay. Super convenient and flexible, I called them from the airport 3 hours before the check in time and they found a shuttle to get me to the hotel and let me check in early. I had a meeting the next day and wouldn't be back to check out before the check out time, they held my luggage at the front desk before I was ready to move on so I wouldn't have to take it to my meeting. Simply amazing people. This was a steal! One of the cheaper hotels you'll find but was cleaner than the Marriott I stayed in!

Hotel appearance was good, staff was nice. The room was very clean, the shower had good water pressure and hot water (which is a major plus for me). If I ever travel up that way again, this hotel would be my pick again.

Everything was fine and as you would expect from a Best Western Plus property...except when I was not feeling well at about 2:00 a.m. and had to make use of the toilet facilities in my room. Although the commode was in desperate need of a good flushing, there was no water in the bathroom. When I checked with the front desk I was advised that this happens every night at about the same time and they have not been able to discern the cause but that it would come back on in a half hour or so. They were correct, it did come back on, however when I again stayed (in the same room by the way) 5 days later nothing had changed.

We stayed in a King Suite with our kids this week and absolutely loved it. So much room. There was a huge living area (HUGE) with tons of room even with the sofa bed pulled out. The kitchen area was nice. Bathroom was functional and super clean. This never seems to happen anymore and I'm used to being disgusted, this was very clean, such a pleasant surprise. The only problem we had was that there was no bedding or pillows in the room anywhere for the pull out bed. But we called down and they had bedding and pillows up to us in less than 10 minutes and even called us to update when they were getting on elevator with the bedding. Great service. And we were very impressed with the price!!! Previously we have stayed at the LA Quinta across the road and been so disgusted, this was so much better and for the same price, like comparing a 1 star to a 4 star. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I stayed in a Junior Suite on a 5 day business trip. It is a great location, the junior suite was nice sized with a king sized bed and plenty of seating. Everything seemed very clean and well-maintained. Plates and silverware and a refrigerator were provided. If you like watching television, there are two in the room- but the remote really does not work 100% of the time- took a few tries to turn it on and then could not get it to change channels. The only drawback (not the hotel's fault or under their control) is that the traffic from the nearby convenience store was pretty busy and loud. Breakfast was above average with a a bit of variety daily.

I am a Diamond Elete member I stay in BWs over 100 nights per year. I was not offered an upgrade or even told one was not available. Felt the check in process was rushed not personal at all I think she sits in front of a mirrior and practices how fast she can say it. I had a room on third floor and there is no sound barrier between the floor. Sound like a heard of elephants and other not so very nice sounds were heard. I recommend you stay on the 4th floor. My thought when I arrived was to stay a second night glad I did not. The Comfort Inn at 2500 192nd is first class stay there.

I am a woman traveling alone. The parking lot is very well lit at night. Check-in was a bit abrupt with a stern warning about not smoking in the rooms - and I don't smoke. The room had a strong air cleaner smell, but I got used to it. The room is simple, but the bed and pillows were comfortable. The clientele appeared to be friendly business and families. The breakfast was good. The remote for the room's television would not provide closed captioning. The front desk brought up a new remote that gave me captioning. Terrific! But, it would not turn the television off. And, there were no manual buttons to press to turn the television off. It's now late at night, and I don't want to re-dress to have someone come up and deal with this. So, I put several layers of a folded sheet over the television screen and turned it away from me. The next day, during check-out, I made comment of this. I was told the gal would "check it out." There was no apology - or even an "I'm sorry to hear this" meaning this would simply mean more work for her - but comes across somewhat as an apology. I wasn't impressed by this property, and would likely check out other properties nearby when staying in the area.

came to Omaha for a short stay to visit my daughter who's attending Creighton. Picked the Best Western Plus from past reviews.I'm glad we decided on a stay here. Hotel was very well kept (I'm not sure if it was just built but it even smelt new!), clean, staff was very welcoming and courteous, hot breakfast was a plus, rooms were roomy enough for our family of 3. Location was near to the airport and the university as well as local attraction! Will definitely stay here again!

Two seniors traveled to Omaha for a 3-day weekend to visit the typical locations including the zoo, the bridge, the Durham Museum, others. We knew that we would end up in the Old Market area for dinners. This hotel worked out great for us. I was going to book downtown, but this group of hotels in Carter Lake toward the airport are lower priced and this one was just fine. Old Market was an easy 10-minute drive. The other sites were easily accessible. The hotel has recently been remodeled, breakfast was passable, well above average. To top off our weekend my car ended up needing to be towed on Sunday night and left at a service location. The hotel manager the next morning took care of us, getting the shuttle and a driver to take us to the car instead of us having to deal with a cab. Very accommodating and nice. The room was fine, the location worked out well, we were glad we made this choice. Don't let the Carter Lake, Iowa address throw you. The hotel is on the main road going from downtown to the Omaha airport, and on the west side of the river. The Missouri River changed course some years ago during a major flood and that small section of Iowa ended up on the Omaha side of the river. Iowa still claims it.

The hotel was nice but the beds were very hard! The gentleman at the front desk scared my kids. He asked if I was on Facebook and then started in about the clown phenomenon going on. It scared my elementary daughters greatly! NOT professional at all!!

We had the misfortune of staying at the Sleep Inn across the street on our first night. What a disaster. Fortunately we were able to switch to the Best Western and that made our trip was a total success. Great staff and lovely rooms.

Room clean and check in quick despite the fact they had us checking in a week later. The bed however was not comfortable, hard with way too puffy pillows. Early breakfast ( starts at 4 am). They do have shuttle to the airport and a deal with Budget Rental if you want to leave your car long term.

Front desk was happy to assist with check in and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was awesome; which it did include cheese omelets, biscuits and gravy, fruit, bagels and yogurt and soy milk and regular milk. Extremely impressed with the hotel and will be back.

Do to a reservation issue, on our part, we arrived at the hotel without a reservation and no rooms were available. Mike, the manager, went above and beyond to secure us a room for the night. He even took us personally to a couple of "sister" properties that had a room available. Since we had already been charged for the hotel, he made arrangements for us to stay at another hotel nearby and paid the room charge and the difference between the two rooms. I felt that this was a service unlike any other I have found in the hotel business. He could have very easily have said that it was our fault and sent us on our way. I will definitely give this hotel another chance when I am in need of a room near the Omaha airport. We originally booked this hotel because of it's great reviews to begin with.

Very nice hotel. Front desk even offered a ride to a store. Good pool, big and hot tub good room, bed, clean etc Breakfast was fully stocked and actually good The only small issue was the contract there shuttle with budget car rental, and while super nice, budget apearanlty didn't tell their drivers they also shuttle to the hotel lol

This was the best hotel for the price we paid. Staff was courteous, room was clean, breakfast was decent, and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity!!!!

We arrived after a long day of driving. All the fairly new-looking airport hotels were clumped together several miles outside of town with others under construction all around. No one had as yet ventured into building a restaurant apparently, so driving back and forth through Omaha looking for a reasonable restaurant with all sorts of events occurring in the city simultaneously was a little time-consuming and frustrating. We got a good look at the city, however--four times! Front desk was pleasant. The room was clean and the AC worked well. The advertised room refrigerator was not turned on in our room when we began to unpack. We called the front desk and they told us how to turn it on ("Just pull it out--the button in on the back"). Apparently an attempt to save on electricity. Hmm. But it made it useless to us for just one night. The room definitely needed a second wastebasket--rooms usually have at least two in my experience. There was a decent hot breakfast with a fair number of choices, some even nutritious.

Bed was soooo comfortable, and the breakfast they offer is second to none. Even has biscuits/gravy, pancakes, hot scrambled eggs, and more! Room was very clean and we used the pool/hot tub and were the only ones in there. Great time!

This hotel looks as if it hasn't been open very long and it sparkles with freshness and a pleasant staff. We were in town for a race and it is near the race site. I think this Best western had the very best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Delicious pancakes.

My wife and I stay at this hotel because it is close to Eppley Airfield. We usually take early morning flights and stay at the hotel because of its convenient location. We have stayed there several times and have always found it to be very clean with a comfortable bed and furniture. One amenity we especially like is the choice of three different breakfast formats. When we need to check out at 3:30-4:00 a.m. we take their grab and go breakfast bag and eat it at the airport. When we have a more civilized checkout time we use the hot breakfast option. The hotel is very convenient and reasonably priced for our purpose of using it for making early morning flights out of the airport.

Stayed there on a Saturday night. Hotel and room was clean and orderly. Very convenient to Omaha airport. The hotel has an airport shuttle but on this particular Sunday, it didn't start running until 3:00PM for some reason so you should check for the times.

They were very friendly and this was centrally located to everything! Clean and beautiful hotel. I would definitely stay here again! Good breakfast options, nice hot tub and pool and very well laid out.

To my surprise Omaha has changed a lot since my last visit over 20 years ago! B/W was a good place to stay and very close to the airport and downtown. I would highly recommend this to my family and friends. In fact while I visited family in Denver, Colorado Springs, and Garden City I mention to them how close our hotel was to downtown.

We got a lot of bang for our buck at this Best Western. Great service and free shuttles to and from the downtown entertainment district and to the CenturyLink arena. We were allowed early check-in, even though we didn't request it in advance. Additionally, we received a free upgrade to a King Suite. Having plates and silverware in the kitchenette was helpful. They also offer cold breakfasts to go! There were only slight negatives. First was that the tv remote didn't work. It wasn't a big deal though, because we just used the tv in the other room. Second, the pillows are too fat for my liking, but that's personal preference. I did love the heart and flower decoration on the bed.

This hotel was very close to the airport. There is a subway and convenience store within walking distance. It was in a quiet area for a good night sleep and within two miles of the airport. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

We stayed here twice while riding the RAGBRAI this year. Very convenient to the airport and long term parking. They have a nice arrangement with Budget parking, where you can leave you car and they'll Valet park it out at the Budget lot. A shuttle bus takes you back to the lot to et your car---wonderful and very easy! First night we had a room on the east side of the building---like an enormous 2-room King Suite---Had a fridge and microwave, lovely seating area and a separate bedroom. Too bad we were only there one night, but it was nice to have the room to spread out and rearrange our bags and bicycles! The second time we stayed, we had a standard king room on the west side, but spacious enough for all our things. Beds comfy with lots of pillow options. A/C units work well. Room and bath clean and neat. They have multiple options for the included breakfast to make it easy for people flying out. Would definitely stay here again. Norma at the front desk was especially kind, friendly and helpful. She deserves a lot of kudos for dealing with all the hot and tired bicyclists!

Very nice hotel. If flying in for a week or so great place to stay as you are minutes from airport and 15 to 20 minutes from everything else. With cold breakfast that starts a 4am and hot at 6am a big plus if working late or starting early to grab something to eat. If ever back in area again this will be my place of choice.

In need of a last-minute hotel, I stayed at this hotel last week. Overall, it was a great experience. While it is not a high-end hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and very quiet, even though it was right next to the pool area. I was amazed how quiet it was. The breakfast was so so. It was a hot breakfast with several options. The food quality was about what you would expect at a hotel. The overall value was excellent and I will check with them again next time I am in Omaha and need a place to stay. One unique twist: you can view the pool from the fitness area, so you can get a small bit of a workout in while still keeping an eye on your kids at the pool.

Very impressive Hotel and staff! Had to stay overnight for an incoming flight. This hotel was cheaper than the Super 8 that was referred to me. Norma checked me in and was exceptionally patient and friendly despite having multiple people waiting to check in. The room and facilities were clean and tidy with lots of extra little amenities that really impressed that they were thinking of their guests. Can't say enough about them! Well done staff and management!!

This hotel was so clean! I will stay here again when I'm in Omaha. It's not hard to get to, the staff were super nice, pillow top bed and it had great amenities. We did not do the breakfast (I wish we would have) but I saw that they had a pancake maker. The hotel also has a real neat pantry if you need anything.

Had one night there for an early flight, and the hotel was updated and clean, but the room AC was loud and the room was very humid. Like the sheets would stick to you no matter how cold you made the temp. Felt gross most of the night cause of it. Couldn't say if it was just my room or everywhere. But it was a bed, I was tired and had to be up early. But the staff was very friendly, and it has free breakfast and airport shuttle, so there's that.

The lobby is inviting. The breakfast room is large. Breakfast is good. Rooms are nice. Beds are comfortable. There was adequate lighting in the room to read. Bathroom is nice size. Exterior of hotel is nice. Parking is good.

Requested a wake-up call for 4:30 a.m. Didn't receive the call and it was my wife that actually woke up and I went rushing to get to the airport for a 6:00 a.m. flight. The shuttle was there waiting to give me a lift.The hotel offers Grab n Go bags for early morning customers. I knew I wasn't going to have the opportunity to grab breakfast before boarding the plane and I requested a grab n go bag from the staff member and he replied, "That's only btwn 3a-4a". I'm thinking, "that's the least you can do since you didn't give me the wake-up call that I requested". For this I give the hotel a terrible rating for service. Everything else was okay.

It's a clean newer hotel with all the amenities you could need for a short or long stay. The limited hot breakfast has just enough to fill you up with a variety on a daily basis. Pool area is tight but does the trick for a quick swim. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and offered suggestions for my parking/shuttle situation. Someone has anticipated the situation for guests with early flights, and some breakfast was available, which was much appreciated. The shuttle was prompt, the room good, the whole experience was positive.

Looked all over for a hotel to stay at close to airport for early morning flight. Rates everywhere were over inflated due to college world series. Found the best rate using trip advisor! In fact, better than even calling the hotel directly, front desk stated they couldn't go any cheaper than x amount even when i was looking at the way cheaper price online as we spoke! Room was very clean. Breakfast was OK. Beds were very uncomfortable. They have the small square pillows, not the "regular" size... Maybe that's why they were so uncomfortable?? I would recommend for the price but bring your own pillow

Good location and close to everything in Omaha. Room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. This was my first stay at a Best Western Plus and would recommend for the price. Lobby was inviting but only gave the four stars because I didn't get the greatest vibe from the hotel clerk. She made it a point that check in was a 3:00 and I was there at 2:55. I was no rush to get into my room but she pointed that out to me. I guess just not the most inviting personality. Overall 4/5.

The area appeared quiet and safe. The room was very clean. The breakfast was fine. We were near an airport of some type but never heard a plan. Actually it was so quite we thought the hotel was empty until we went to breakfast and we're kind of surprised at all the people we saw. Very quite. The clerk provided us with several delivery menus.

Front desk staff were not as friendly as most hotels and seemed to take us and the other couple as just another check in. Ho hum. Our room was very good and had all that we needed. Bed was very comfortable after our drive from Dodge City, KS. Across the street was a gas station with a convenience store, should we needed anything and the drive into the Old Market was short and easy.

They couldn't find the reservation we made on Priceline even though I showed her the itinerary! Even after seeing a drivers license and credit card, she spelled the last name wrong - no wonder she couldn't find the reservation! They ended up giving us the wrong room type TWICE and charged us almost double the rate they said they would... The woman at the front desk called priceline but they hung up on her because she was busy taking a phone call reservation... Front desk woman was disrespectful and rude to us while taking other check-ins that were standing behind me in line. I was still standing at the desk waiting for her to finish 'finding' our reservation! Pool was small, cold, and crowded. No towels but that is typical of many hotels. The loud person above us seemed to be stomping around and moving furniture in the middle of the night, not sure what that was about... Advertised Gluten-Free muffins but were out. Also out of the 'hot' breakfast items mid-way through breakfast hours.

Hi Folks. This was the very end of a swing around the Great Planes and we were flying back at 6:00 AM the following morning. I got us a mini-suite and it was lovely. The staff is up to early risers so the had a "grab and go" breakfast for those who leave the place before the breakfast buffet opens at 4:00 AM. They had an airport shuttle which I also used to drop the rental car off the night before. They also had the usual place to print your own boarding passes. Good show folks, Regards, OldeBear

It's near the airport. It's near Creighton University. It has a great breakfast room that doubles as a gathering space during other parts of the day. The lobby is also a very nice gathering spot for families making plans, etc. A shuttle takes people to downtown Omaha and to the airport. The hot tub is excellent. The breakfasts are good and the people working here are friendly and helpful. Oh, and the rooms are also comfortable.Everything inside and out is in good to excellent condition. Seriously, I can't think of anything to suggest because this place has it all, already.

We booked this a while back for our stay on the Saturday of the weekend of the Berkshire Hathaway Annual Shareholders Meeting when 50,000 people flood the city to hear Warren Buffet's pearls of wisdom. We found that most hotels were already sold out and the others were asking ridiculous rates. This hotel, then a Holiday Inn Express, was just about affordable, though what we paid was what a luxury hotel might normally charged. The hotel since converted itself to a Best Western Plus. We arrived late and found a well furnished and clean room with comfortable beds. Breakfast was better than average and staff were friendly and helpful. Just what we needed for the one night we were there. Recommended as a decent hotel near the airport.

Super clean and comfortable hotel at a great price with excellent access to downtown Omaha and Eppley Airport. If you have a rental car, wake up and gas up across the street and the rental car return is only a few miles down the road. The rooms are spacious, super clean, modern casual sleek and the bathrooms are modern with granite tops and adjustable shower heads. It was clean and quiet and has great free Internet access.

We stayed here because we had an early flight out the next morning. It was well lit outside and felt safe. The checkin person was very friendly and told us about their partnership with Budget for airport parking. They pick up at the hotel every half hour. You leave your keys to your car at the front desk and they come get your car later and park it at their lot. Saves you time in the morning and they had a discount coupon as well! Room was clean and they have continental breakfast as early as 4 am for early flight goers.

The room was totally remodeled. Extremely clean, everything worked, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and it was quiet and the staff was wonderful. Transportation was easily arranged, workout facility was above average, hot breakfast was very good.

Nice place to stay near the Omaha airport. Not much of a breakfast. Room was great. Pool cold. Friday didn't get cold. Light worked. Ride to airport. Driver friendly. Would stay again even I if wasn't flying out of Omaha. Close to Centurylink.

A very nice looking and updated property. Problems with the lighting in room. It was wired by the electrician wrong. Depending on who set the breakfast buffet determined it's quality. Walls seemed a bit thin, two out three nights the room next door was a little noisy.

We were in town for Dr appts for my husband and stayed here. The staff was awesome and very knowledgeable about the area. The amenities were great and the breakfast was hot and full. Rooms were cleans and comfortable. Will definitely stay here anytime we have to stay in Omaha.

We stayed on a Saturday night while in town visiting Nebraska Furniture Mart. Extremely friendly hotel staff. Pool and hot tub were clean. Our room was clean and in great condition. You cant beat the location - VERY close to downtown. We used Casino Taxi service - about a $10 cab ride to Old Market. No complaints!

We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the airport due to a very early flight. That purpose was served and exceeded through the partnership with Budget. That and the guy at the front desk the night we were there were great. I felt bad for the front desk guy because he obviously knew he was the face that had to take the fall for the rest of the experience. For example the elevator. What in the world? Is that really safe? I thought we were going to die and chose to take the stairs the rest of the trip, including down the stairs at 3:30 am with our luggage. I didn't need to die on the way to out honeymoon. We were also super bummed that the hotel advertised a pool and it was closed for renovation. I get that happens, but put it on the website. I am sure it is not an overnight fix and that is false advertising. The biggest issue for us is the fact that half of everything was shiny and new but that was mixed in with old tacky things. My example being in our newly renovated room they reused the old outlet wall plates. When we walked in and saw the nice towel art on the bathroom counter, right next to it was a dirty, clearly old and used outlet plate that was not correctly secured to the way and was hanging crooked to where you could see into the wall. This for us was the picture of the whole hotel. Trying to make things look nice while taking short cuts and really taking away from the beauty and safety of the hotel. All-in-all, we would only stay here again because of the Budget airport transfer but we would not use the elevator again.

We love this hotel! Anytime we fly out of OMA early in the morning we drive down the night before. (We live 3 hours from Eppley, so a 6am flight would force us to get up at 2am!) It is right by the airport so you can leave 15 minutes before you need to be there with plenty of time to park the car, get shuttled to the terminal and check in. They also offer shuttle services if you need it. I really like how nice it is. There is a pool and hot tub, both of which are super clean. They have complimentary breakfast - cold starting at 4am (perfect for those early flights) and hot starting at 6am. The rooms are spacious and clean. The first time we stayed there we were put in a handicap room because that was all they had left. The handicap room was extra spacious and really comfortable. Since then we've stayed in both styles and both are great! The front desk staff are always so nice and helpful. They even have cookies to snack on while you check in. Yum! One other tip: they give a really great military discount so if you have a military ID you can expect a wayyyy lower rate.

Me and my family have stayed here twice within the last couple years. Super close to both the airport and downtown old market. They have a generous continental breakfast, cookies upon checkin, indoor pool which our kiddos enjoyed and free shuttle to and from airport.

We stayed with our kids for a family weekend away in Omaha. We got upgraded to a Junior Suite which was awesome for our family. The pool area was very nice and clean and was a good to take young children swimming. The only minor problem was that the hot tub was not warm or hot but other than that all was perfect.
