    « Needs some tweaking. »

The sink was leaking and towels stuffed around the basin, Whoever designed the showers did a poor job as the water flows all over the floor. Other than that, comfortable night's stay. You can walk to the bus stop by the bridge going over the highway, about a 7 minute walk, and catch a bus to Bucharest station. Also near the bridge is a mini market. If you walk a bit further, there is a very nice modern McDonalds too!

« Free transfer to airport »

It is the reason I have chosen the conviniency of this hotel. For my one night stop over, this was my perfect choise. Driver meets you at airport and return you back (if needed as it was my case). Recently opened in april 2016, hotel is situated in a proximity distance (otopeni bridge) , about 5min drive from airport. Room was prepared as instructed (double room quite position), comunication kept also as instructed (via email). For me they were quite ok as they make my stay pleasant, completing my wishes. But heard others did not receive same treatment...

« good sleep, nice restaurant, helpful service »

as in my topic; good sleep, nice restaurant, helpful service... working facilities as AC, well equipped bathroom, maybe too small room, but complimentary bottle of water helps... ;-) Nice, English speaking waiter in restaurant. Nothing to add, but without extraordinaries...

    « Close to Airport »

This small hotel is close to the airport and convenient for an overnight. They have a free airport shuttle. The receptionist went out of her way to help us when we checked - in. The hotel was clean and satisfactory. I would stay here again if we got in late or flew out early in the morning.

« Still figuring things out. »

This hotel is staffed by people who are still apparently trying to figure out how to run a hotel. 1 - We arrived after driving in from Brasov. When we checked in, we explained to the clerk that we had to return our rental car to OTP, and asked if the airport shuttle could then pick us up and return us to the hotel. He agreed that this would be possible, so we went upstairs to put our bags down after checking in. When we returned to the lobby, he (sort of angrily) informed me that I still needed to pay for our stay. Every other hotel on this trip had me pay upon checkout, and while I don't mind either way, his tone/attitude was that I was trying to get away with something here. I gave them my CC details when I made the reservation, this kind of aggressive demand was uncalled for. 2 - When we returned from the airport, a woman at the front desk (manager?) quizzed us on why we rented a car to come to the hotel from the airport, only to return it and demand a ride in the shuttle. I tried to explain to her that we had rented the car five days prior and had been driving around Romania, but I don't think she believed me. It was very weird. 3 - Being exhausted and having a 6am flight the next day, we opted for room service. It's worth noting that we asked the front desk if the restaurant was open because we literally did not see another guest the entire time we were there and it was sort of creepy. I called and ordered room service at 8pm (restaurant only open from 8pm-10pm, according to the menu). At 9pm, no food had arrived. I called back and was informed that the restaurant didn't have the food we ordered, so they had to go to the store and get it. Um, what? Our dinner arrived about 9:45. And they still charged us for it. THAT IS RIDICULOUS. 5 - The sinks are standalone "bowls" on a pedestal/plumbing apparatus that has not been put together properly. When using the bathroom sink, water seeps out from underneath the bowl to drip on the floor. 6 - I found a large screw and washer on the floor of our room. I told the clerk at check out. He did not care. The nicest guy we dealt with was the one who drove us to the airport the next morning at 4am. We were glad to leave!

It is a recent hotel very convenient if you have an early flight out of Bucarest. The rooms are perfect and internet is working like at home. Minibar , clean bathroom. Free shuttle to airport. I had an amazing deal with bookings.

    « Very poor »

The only positive thing was the compay car how pikt us up from work, even after 24:00 at night. Make up jour own bed. Bills are mixed up. Breakfast verry poor. Staff can not handel the 10 guests in the hotel. A lot of staff change job after a schort time. There are many misunderstandings from the staff

    « Needs improvements »

The location is poor. Far from every place in town, so you need a taxi each time you want to go out. The ride would be ~ 30 minutes. The hotel is rather new, so cleaning of the room and supplying towels and soap is inconsistent. In most hotels towels are replaced only if they are left on the floor. Here this practice does not apply. The replaced some of the towels every day. One evening we came from a trip and found out our whole group did not get fresh towels, although the towels we had were taken. Reception was very unhelpfull managing the event and some were even hostile and shouted at us. The room is rather spacious, but there is not enough room for clothing. No shelves in the closet at all. Food is pretty good, although after 2 days - becomes a bit boring.
