Best Western Premier Bryan College Station

This is a beautiful, clean hotel with exceptional staff. The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were nice and cool and quiet and the convenience of a hotel next-door and the breakfast in the hotel was just great. The staff went above and beyond.

The hotel is located conveniently to highway 6 for easy access and several restaurants nearby. The staff are always willing to help in any way. Internet at this location works better than most hotels I generally stay at this hotel 2-3 nights per week and would highly recommend.

What a Pleasant Surprise. Those that follow my reviews know that I have very high expectations as a Lifetime Titanium at Marriott and Hilton Lifetime Diamond. I chose this BW because of a Promotion they have going. It was a 10/10 experience. Isabel was warm and welcoming at arrival. I was recognized with my status and offered my Goodie Bag. The lobby reportedly has construction happening, but it looked great. Full Bar with friendly bartender. Hallways were bright and smelled fresh. The room was huge. Clean with an immaculate bathroom with lots of clean WHITE towels. Refrigerator and Microwave. USB at the bedside of a comfortable and again immaculately made king bed. My heat was a little cranky, but they sent someone to fix it, and the Manager call to follow up if it was functioning to my comfort level! Breakfast was plentiful. Hot items and fresh fruit. I would have liked some Plant Based Milk for my coffee and cereal, but otherwise Perfect. Kroger across the street and Target close by. Give it a try. I think you'll be very happy!

I wanted to write this review to express my appreciation for the general manager at this location. Mrs Paddock went above and beyond to make sure I was completely taken care of with the rewards program that no one else could get correct. Then she went a step further and followed up with me to make sure i showed on my end all my stays with BW. I have owned several business' in my career and I would not hesitate to recommend or hire Mrs. Paddock. Her integrity, leadership, personality and commitment is much appreciated and hard to find. The maintenance person (Robert), house keeping and the food preparation ladies all say it is a great place to work and it shows. Thank you to a great team and exceptional facility. Very clean always, friendly and eager to help make a stay away from home as comfortable as possible.

Booked this hotel for the weekend for my family. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. We liked that we could control the temperature of our room ourselves and liked that there was a fridge/microwave in our room. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of options. Definitely recommend. We will be back!

I've stayed here serval time and never been disappointed. Location is an easy in and out, plenty of places to eat close ie; locally owned restaurants (my choose)and name brands near by. Aggieland hospitality at it's Best. Whoop Whoop!

First off, the hotel is advertised as a four-star property well it is most definitely not four star. It might be to start on a good day. Very very basic hotel and amenities and the service was horrendous. We had the far alarm go off for more than an hour early morning and they didn't have able technicians to at least stop the alarm even though there was no actual fire. Heating system did not work and the hotel in general is not in great shape. But yet they charge premium rates like other four star hotels in the area. Crazy. Save your money and stay at a real four-star hotel

Loved the hotel for cleanliness, location, service and friendliness! I booked it to explore Bryan and to visit Santa's Wonderland in College Station for the first time and it was worth it. We enjoyed our trip immensely.

This is the second time we have stayed at this location and we enjoyed it both times. The reception people are nice and inviting. The room was clean. They even had a hot cocoa area. The bed was comfy which does matter. They have quiet hours which are nice. It was kind of funny that we could hear the TV of our neighbors though so yes sometimes you can hear next door, but the TV could have just been extra loud.

My son attends Texas A&M, so I've stayed in a fair number of hotels in the area. This stay was my first here and I will definitely put this place on my list. The hotel is fairly new and, unlike so many (not inexpensive) hotels in the area that have seen hard wear, the BW Premier is in very nice condition. I had a king room with a sitting area, which I found very clean and comfortable. I really appreciated that the bath was well-stocked with towels. So often we don't even have enough towels for all the registered guests when we travel with the whole family. The maid even knocked on my door to offer to replace towels in the morning. Yay! Breakfast was above average for this type of hotel. The bar area was closed because it was Sunday, but I liked that it was there. Staff were friendly and communicative. There are fancier hotels in the area, but this one beats a lot of the others that charge more and provide less (looking at you, Residence Inn).

**Associate DIAMOND** is Gold Star Extreme! She is so welcoming, friendly, attentive, kind, and service-oriented. My coworkers and I LOVE DIAMOND! Diamond provides the best of the best in customer service. Hotel was absolutely perfect. Room was totally quiet throughout the week. Linen and bedding appeared to be new - sparkling white. Breakfast is a rotating feast for everyone. Bottled water is free.

I have never been in a western, but the name alone suggests it's the best. The previous sentence does not fulfill the minimum character count, so shall I hum a little and see if you can tell what I am humming. Hmm Hm Hmmm

Don't expect to get any refund if their computer system messes up and put down your stay for the wrong day. They value policies over happy customers and good publicity. Nor do they care to listen and even try to understand. Lots of pride at this hotel from the management. The rooms were not very sound proof as well. Anyone in the hall talking they might as well of been in your room.

I had a very delightful overnight stay at this hotel. The room was clean, had a nice desk and chair and the bed was very comfy. Early morning, complimentary breakfast had a great self-serve menu, was very accommodating for my keto diet and getting me to my meeting on time.

The room was nice if was to visit I would come back. The receptionist was a nice college guy that was very helpful and friendly. If you're not paying attention you will miss the location. Only problem I had was the tub wasn't clean. Overall convenience and staff was friendly comfortable bed and pillows.

Honestly I had never looked at Best Western while traveling. I had a friend tell me to stay at one. It did not disappoint. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. I travel a lot for work and will be staying here each time I come back.

I was in town to visit family member in hospital. Had long hours at hospital so I appreciated the excellent friendly staff, the hot showers and location near restaurants and shopping. And the wonderful yogurt machine at breakfast accompanied by fresh fruit.

Great Best Western location. Friendly staff - all of them were quick to help wit any needs. Clean rooms. Nice pool area. Fitness amenities were standard hotel fair - dumb bells to 50lb and a few cardio machines.

Denton is the best! Southern hospitality. Very welcoming and friendly. I will continue to come to the bar at the restaurant versus going out just due to the conversations had. He likes baseball, i like baseball. Go Rangers!

Very friendly staff. Clean hotel.Able to relax after our days in Franklin after our baseball. Ver quiet hotel. Great breakfast each day. We were able to have some of the team stay as well and able to meet up and do things.

I have stayed at different hotels for conferences and I must say this hotel was one of the best ones. Everything was clean and in working order. The people were friendly professional knowledgeable and always had a smile. I will most definitely stay here again when in the area.

Recently traveling to the 7on7 State Tournament in College Station, My Family and I had a wonderful experience at the Best Western Premier Bryan College Station. We made a reservation for 2 queen beds, but due to a computer glitch, upon arrival, we were placed in a King Suite. The Hotel was packed, wasn't expecting a miracle, just wanted to make sure we weren't being charged more for the suite. I called Kristy at the front desk, she headed to our room immediately and fixed us right up. Fast Forward to the Hotel itself, hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The property was beautiful inside and out; rooms were extremely clean, very comfortable and spacious. Twin Peaks and I-Hop share the parking lot for those who may not want to venture far. The property was breathtaking, very well maintained and now at the top of our list for best hotel stay/experience ever. The entire staff at this property was delightful. A special thank you to Taylor, Kristy, and Diamond for their exceptional hospitality. My Family and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Bryan College Station area.

First stay at a Best Western Premier hotel and it was truly a premier experience. Hotel is super clean and looks and feels new even though we were told it is about 12 years old. Has great pool and hot tub. Lobby has full bar with great selection of beer, wine and liquor. Hot breakfast items are fresh and delicious. Cheese and salsa available for the eggs & gravy for biscuits was very, very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Had a great 2 day stay and will return. Location is very convenient for Byan and College Station.

This was our second time to choose this hotel. We encouraged our entire county to stay here. The hotel is really nice. Staff are very friendly, Bar, breakfast, lobby area is very nice. Our only drawback is the shower. They are disgusting. When we asked about it, we were told they prefer not to use Bleach products. But these showers need some bleach. they are covered in mildew, the floors are terribly stained, even the glass door have mildew and grime on them that could be easily cleaned off with a little elbow grease and some type of bleach product. It makes me wonder what do they use to kill germs in the toilets, or linens>???? Anyhow, its a shame, the hotel appears to be clean and in updated functioning order otherwise.

Kristy was so helpful and she was pleasant. She took the time and patience for Dando. I love staying here when Denton is around. He makes the pleasant experience. So tentative and enjoys his job. Enjoy coming to stay here when these 2 are working. Katie is great too during the week. Nice to have the hospitality when I'm away from home.

I want to start off by saying this is my home away from home. I have been going to this great hotel since late October through mid January for Business. I want to say so many good things about this place. The staff, beginning with Katie the GM, and Denton, Bri, Bee, the breakfast staff, basically the entire staff. I have been staying here 3 days two nights per week for the last two months. Katie and the entire staff have made me feel like family. They treat me like royalty when I'm here. I would recommend this place to everyone. This is a 1st class hotel, comfy beds, bar on 1st floor, walking distance to Twin Peaks, and close to so many other Amenities on William S. Bryan Pkwy. Close to everything in Bryan Tx.

Staff went above and beyond to help make this a wonderful evening for our family and friends! We can't say enough about how accommodating everyone was from reservations to helping with catering services. And then adding some special touches for the surprise proposal!

One of the nicest stays we have experienced in a long time. Very nice room, very nice staff, a free continental breakfast that had everything you could have wanted, convenient parking, fair price, and dog friendly! They even gave us a goodie bag at check-in with complimentary waters and snacks. We will definitely be back!

We were part of a group attending a wedding at a nearby venue. The Best Western Premier was a great location, close to restaurants, shopping and services. It's also a great facility with a very helpful staff.

A pleasant stay as with a family of 7 in 2 rooms for 2 nights. Breakfast was very good and a decent selection. 4 fluffy pillows was actually nice and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. We had the microwave, refrigerator, blow dryer, coffee pot, and a room safe. Pivoting 42" television and ac thermostat on the wall was nice. Walk in shower with glass doors was nice as well instead of the old tubs. Staff was helpful and as quick as they could be even while busy.

The room was good size and kleen. Shower needs a major update. Do not count on a good free breakfast. The food was horrible and the buffet place over all looked so fealty. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to go get me a spoon for my yogurt because there was none available. I really wish I can give more than two stars for this hotel. If it would cost us around $100 than I would not expect to much. But when you are paying $230 per night you kind of expect just a little bit better service.

Hotel was nice overall. Room was comfortable and clean. Well stocked bar available at hotel for night cap after the day's events that's not too crowded. Although the hotel provides breakfast, there is also an iHop in walking distance.

I booked this hotel for a conference at TAMU. The hotel was listed on the conference website where it said the hotel offered shuttle service. The shuttle service only included a very early morning ride to the venue and a very late ride back, no options to go back and forth or to adjust the time. Also, some people were not able to get on the shuttle because they didn't have enough spots for everyone, and nothing was done to compensate those folks for the problem. This seems completely unreasonable. Other than that, the hotel was just ok, it isn't in a great area either.

I've stayed at at least 5 different hotels in the area and was happy with this location and what Best Western premier offered Rooms are spacious,clean and comfy Only negative was we could hear room next to ours TV but no major problem. We finally found a hotel we are happy with

I can't say enough positive about this BW hotel. The staff was friendly and so helpful, the room was clean and COMFORTABLE, and the hotel was easy to navigate. I have stayed at many hotels in the area, but I have found my go to hotel for future visits. I was right by the elevator, but the sound proofing was such that I wasn't disturbed. The water softener is such a nice amenity too. Parking super late at night was a little challenging - that's the only issue I had. The staff was really outstanding - I have to reiterate!

Have stayed at this hotel almost exclusively while visiting my son at A&M over the past 4 years. Always a great place to stay. Very clean and great service. This location is close to everything and an easy on and off the highway.

Great Hotel. Great Staff. Breakfast is Wonderful. The People are Wonderful. Right in the Heart of exactly where you want to be when Visiting. If you do not feel like driving. Excellent Restaurants right out the Front Door.

I stayed here during municipal fire school week, the staff was friendly and polite, breakfast had a variety of options for food limited drinks, eggs tasted stale. Lighting was poor in room lights out in bathroom, beds were comfortable, gym was adequate for hotel standards, bar had a great selection. Overall, very clean property located near several places to go eat.

The Best Western was right off the Freeway exit. I was looking for hotels on TripAdvisor and and it listed as good. I could not get a internet connection, so we pulled in and I went in. The lady at the desk was friendly, the rate was great and we were tired. The room was clean that is the the most important to us. It had a larger than average size refrigerator and a microwave. There was a indoor pool and spa. Both were clean. In the morning there was breakfast-eggs, sausage and grits. There was also cereal and some cold items. This hotel is pet friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Premier in College Station. We had such friendly service from the staff, especially Denton and Madison. We would stay there again when we go to College Station. It was very clean and had everything that we needed.

Hotel location was in a great location. Several Restaurants in walking distance. Easy access from service road. Staff was very cooperative and willing to help anyway possible. Rooms were clean and properly equipped. Breakfast was sufficient to get your day off to a good start.

I stayed in the hospital overnight with my daughter so was basically up all night and took a shot on being able to check in early but figured it was unlikely. No rooms were available but Brianna asked the housekeeping staff to clean a room and they did so i was able to get a room in about 15 minutes. Many thanks to all the staff!

Doug at the bar is extremely hospitable and entertaining. Our team has been here for four separate weeks and it's been a pleasure. The entire staff is great! TIP: Ask Doug about the “Dirty Girl Scout” drink.

This two day stay was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and customer service was great. Everyone greeted me with a smile and all needs were cared for. This is the hotel to stay if you are in the Bryan College Station area.

We paid a jacked up rate of $394 a night for this place, they didn't inform us they had a 2 week cancellation policy. The room was nasty. The carpet was stained and gross and not one single plug out of 4 in the bathroom worked. Never again!!

Well, let's start..smell of cigarettes in room..I know people that smoke just stink and they sleep on same mattresses…difficult to get rid off.. but bed v comfortable.. breakfast truly very good…surprisingly v good…quiet at night.. no complaints… overall very happy

Me and my kids stayed at this Best Western for National Basketball Tournament on April 12-16. From the lobby, to the hallways, to the elevator and the rooms, was all very clean! The staff was very friendly, especially Denton and Doug. My kids enjoyed the pool area and I enjoyed the bar. The breakfast was amazing and tables and booths were very clean. I definitely recommend staying at the Best Western Premier Bryan College Station!

The BW Premier in Bryan is an excellent place to stay. The staff was topnotch. Our room was clean and quiet. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Our breakfast was more than adequate. Parking was at a premium because they were at capacity the night we stay. We will definitely stay at the BW Premier the next time we are Bryan.

Enjoyed our one night stay in Bryan! Clean room with comfortable room and pillows! Very nice breakfast buffet with many choices! Food was very good too and breakfast staff was very efficient in providing enough food!

Very nice hotel with excellent customer service. I stayed here for a few days to visit some family. Amber at the front desk was extremely sweet and very professional. She made our stay here excellent! From the room, breakfast, and even the bar, this hotel was amazing! I will definitely be staying here on my next family visit.

While the hotel staff was very kind and the facility was clean, the walls are extremely thin. So you run the risk of hearing things you'd rather not. Also there was clearly a make up stain on my sheets so I requested them to be changed. They definitely did not because the stain was still there after the bed was made. Otherwise nice place and plenty of places to grab a bite within walking distance.

I just spent 3 weeks on the road, traveling across the country, and my experience at this hotel was the best of my entire trip. Excellent hotel! Welcoming, friendly staff at the check-in experience. Clean rooms, extremely comfortable bed. Perfect location, near downtown and close to restaurants.

Nice, newer hotel with great staff. Nothing fancy, but it is a great place to sleep comfortably and clean. The king suite was perfect for a place to sleep and work. Two weeks later, I stayed here again and had the double queen (son was traveling with me this time). That desk seemed smaller but still worked.

We had bad luck with another hotel in the area so decided to spend just a little more for this place. The lobby is huge with a friendly staff. Hot breakfast was full of flavor, almost as if the lady cooked it on her own stove. The front desk was polite and helpful. I found better value here

I just love this hotel! I stay frequently, as I have family in the area. My stay is always perfect, I feel like I'm pampered and valued. Clean, quiet, beautiful room, and extremely comfortable. The desk staff is kind and attentive. I also like the bar! A glass of wine in my room is the perfect compliment to a lovely stay.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful lobby/breakfast area. Large room with sofa and 2 upholstered chairs. WIFI was excellent and stayed connected the entire time we were there. Breakfast was wonderful with a wide selection.

I enjoyed my 3 day stay. Hotel was very clean, and the staff was courteous. The room was spacious and clean. The only issue I could find was the walls were fairly thin. All in all I would stay here again.

We stayed 1 night. We were able to check in early. Everyone was so friendly! The room was clean & nice! The front desk even called to make sure everything was good when we got up there. Hot breakfast from 6-9am. Was delicious & friendly staff on site!

room was great, roll in shower just what I needed, bathroom large enough to wheel around in, room not cluttered with too much furniture, automatic door opener for easy access, long roll down deep carpeted hallway to get to room, room not on ground floor (if that is bad)

I checked into hotel with my husband and we told desk attendant that our daughter would be joining us later. We requested 2 keys and reservation was for 4 adults. Attendant gave us a parking pass to display in car, but did not tell us one would be required for our daughter or guests and also failed to mention that if a pass was not displayed that our car would be towed. My daughters car was towed 2 hours after she checked into the hotel. You would think the hotel would be diligent in warning hotel customers and hotel quest that a parking pass is required or your car will be towed. It felt like the hotel has a deal with the towing company to make money on unsuspecting costomers. I will never return to this hotel.

The staff was incredible! Property was beautiful and well kept. The meeting space was clean, nice setup, and modern LCD package. Audience was able to see presentation clearly and had strong Wi-Fi connection.

Denton at the front desk did a great job of walking us through check in and parking. He even helped us replace a parking permit. He looked for hot cocoa for us, and coming up short, recommended the conveniently located store next door. Fresh fruit and whipped cream at breakfast was an added bonus. We also are grateful to Katie for helping accommodate are very brief but important stay.

The staff is amazing and the rooms were very clean and great for business travel. The only issue we had was that there really wasn't much parking for a truck and trailer (even though we had called ahead). They were 100% booked and that is what caused the issue (they weren't when we originally called). They manager went above and beyond to take care of us and made sure we had parking close. I was very impressed with the professionalism they all showed during our stay. I would highly recommend.

I stay at this Best Western frequently when visiting family. Location is great, service is impeccable, and the rooms are quiet, clean, roomy and comfortable. The best value for your dollar in the area.

Hotel was great and the breakfast was superb. The breakfast choices they offered was great. They had a different selection of food. They even have a bar! The pool was nice and warm and the hot tub was just relaxing. We will stay here again.

My young family stayed at the BW while we were moving. We requested rooms next to each other but was told we wouldn't know for sure until hours before check-in. So thankful the hotel granted our request and situated our rooms next to each other. It made for a much more pleasant stay.

Got into my room and my allergies were immediately affected. I would have left that evening but did not have anything else booked. Mold found all over the bathroom/shower, stains on carpet and aged, and hair and dirt found in the bed.

My 3 night stay was wonderful with family. We all had a blast and all agree that Doug the bartender was amazing. The lady who served at the breakfast bar was spectacular as well and anytime she saw our family gathered at a table, even after breakfast, she came up to us and asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything.

We had a perfect two night stay at the best Western hotel. The staff was excellent, the morning buffet breakfast was very good. The ladies that attended the Buffet were all very friendly. On Wednesday nights they have free beer and food. The Pulled pork sandwiches were great. The rooms were spotless and well appointed. This hotel allows pets which was one of the reasons we chose it. The main reason was the excellent handicap access in the rooms, public areas and pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our family and friends stay for a long weekend to celebrate our daughter's wedding was truly a wonderful experience. Beautiful hotel, updated with all the amenities one could ask for with a friendly staff that went over and above our expectations. A huge shout out to our bartender, Doug, who kept the bar open until the wee hours of the morning for all to gather every night of our stay. He not only remembered each and everyone's names but their drink of choice. Thank you Doug, for being part of making our evenings one that will long be remembered!

The hotel is very nice and located by so many convenient places. Room smelled clean, arrived early and they did what they could to allow me to check in early. Walking distance to restaurants. Grocery store near by.

Never imagined we'd enjoy spending so much time at the hotel bar, but man - Doug the bartender was awesome. He is great at his craft, and super enjoyable to talk to. He'll remember your name, and recommend something you'll love. He set the bar pretty high for our first trip to TX.

We haven't even checked out and I feel like I need to leave a review. We have stayed 3 nights for a baseball event and the hotel has exceeded our expectations. Most importantly, EVERY staff member we came in contact with is kind and accommodating. The gentleman that works the front desk in the evenings is A++++. Great hot breakfast that was different every day. Clean rooms, great location. No complaints! Thank you for a great stay!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was clean, updated, and seemed just as great as any high end hotel. Great bar area and nicely decorated room. Super friendly staff. Awesome location. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the College Station area.

My stay was two days and three nights and I strolled into the lobby on a random night and came across Doug, who was tending to a full bar and seemed to have the crowd having a lot of fun. I took the last seat at the bar away from everyone else and Doug noticed me right away. great service, he remembered my name and was incredibly personable. If I ever come back to Bryan/College Station this is the only place I'm staying and I hope Doug is here!

We loved our stay. Our bar tender Doug was amazing. One of the most personable, entertaining and hospitable employees we have ever come across. We enjoyed his company and service so much! If ever back in college station we will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here on a Thursday night and this place was packed. There were several wedding parties there so the place was bustling. We thought it might be noisy having a room near the elevators but we heard nothing. There is a bar in the lobby which was a first for us for a BW so many were using that. The room was clean and good size. The breakfast wasn't at full status yet in April 2021 when we were there but we managed to get enough to eat. No complaints from us. Great rates too!

I have been staying at this hotel off and on for a year since moving our boys to college in College Station. I have always had amazing accommodations. All of the staff are professional, friendly and helpful. Everything is very neat and clean. It is very close to every amenity College Station has to offer.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness everywhere and the how comfy the bed was. They had a bunch of great options for breakfast too. Conveniently located also. Great price compared to other hotels in the area.

We stayed here for a college graduation at Texas A&M. The hotel is modern, clean, beautiful lobby, good breakfast, spacious rooms and good toiletries. Our check-in experience was a little different. The two ladies in front of us took an extremely long time; however, I noticed that Hannah did did not ever lose her smile or her calm demeanor. The fire alarm accidentally went off and she answered the phone from everyRoom that called in in a calm voice with a smile on her face. The lobby began to fill up with people coming out of their rooms because of the loud alarm, and she Continued to work with the couple that was taking forever to check in. Finally the couple was finished and Hannah greeted us with a big smile on her face and a very calm demeanor. The firemen shut off the alarm and always well. Hannah has got to be the most patient person in the world.

The first time staying at a best Western Premier and we loved it the room was clean the amenities were great and the service was friendly and exceptional. We are accommodated during a very busy time for the best Western and we had a great time the service was very friendly I made us feel special.

Clean, comfortable place to stay. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Came to Bryan for the Southern Drag Boat Association races at Lake Bryan. Manager Christ was very helpful with a towel problem that I had mentioned the day prior and was ignored.

Had a great stay at this hotel! Great lobby and bar area. Good to finally see a hot breakfast along with other selections instead of the prior pandemic grab and go bags! Wed happy hour was awesome!! General Manager was hands on and always positive and freindly!

This is a newer hotel in the area, but lacks in cleanliness of rooms. The lobby looks great though and the front desk staff were very friendly and courteous. The lighting in the room lacks. Needs better lighting next to both sides of bed.

We where in town for a baseball tournament for just 1 night. Beautiful, modern decor, very clean! Helpful friendly & helpful front desk staff. I was emailed a pre check in options and I did use. Asked for a quite room not facing a busy highway and was assigned a great room! Was so pleased & happy to see hot breakfast back! Egg, sausage, cheese on crescent was delicious! Plenty of options but we took ours to go. Hopefully All the Best Western will be adopting this breakfast menu. This is the 1st time we have received a welcome gift, even with the status we have had for a couple years. Thank you, we will continue to use Best Western.

All I can say was I loved this hotel and will be staying here when I visit Bryan again. Everything was perfect and had no problems with anything. Had asked for extra towels and they were placed in my room.

The rooms are clean & comfortable. Price was good for the amenities the hotel offered. Guest laundry was nice & easy to use (washing team uniforms) Only negative was a light went out in bathroom & it couldn't be repalced.

The stay was wonderful and we made the best of it even with the snow storm and power outages. The staff worked so hard to make sure all went as smooth as possible with the staff they had to work with and all the power issues. I was there with a hospital group that needed to sty closer due to the weather and they made us feel so welcomed and took such good care of us. A man at the front, who appeared to be a manager, and the women who worked at the front desk, weren't routinely wearing masks. The man and one of the women walked into the hotel from outside and said hi to me, no masks. It was infuriating. There were members of the military staying there, and most of them wore masks when inside, as the signs posted said, but some did not. Overall I didn't feel that comfortable here. The room had a ton of dust on the console between the beds. The shower's water pressure was glorious, but it leaked on the floor. I was thankful to have running water here after the storms and problems with water and power in Austin, but I can't say we'll be back to this hotel.

This is a Premier Best Western so it offers much more than the standard Best Western hotel. It has a full bar, large lounge area along with a fitness center and an outdoor pool and spa. We were here during the pandemic so breakfast was limited, it was winter so the pool was closed, including the spa however, they did have the bar open so people could watch the Super Bowl on their large T.V. That was a nice touch. This hotel is new so everything is still in top notch condition. We stayed in a King Suite on the 5th, top floor, and had a beautiful view of the city at night from our very large windows.Loved staying here and will defintely be back.

I must confess, I'm not much of a BW fan - too many disappointments in the pass but used my miles to get a freebie as a pit stop on road trip. Quite delightful, to my pleasant surprise. A definite step up from the other moderate chains. Comfy beds, clean and aesthetic all around from lobby to room. Shower is big and the glass step in kind. Amenities nice as well.

First complaint: Room key did not work twice which made me have to go up and down twice in a row with my heavy belongings. Telephone at elevator was not working, which I was hoping it did to save me a trip. Second complaint: Dirty/stained shower floor and I don't have any shower slippers... (I really don't want to step on that). Front desk directed me to Walgreens as an answer. Third complaint: Bathroom light went out and I haven't showered yet. Front desk told me they will fix it in the morning. I guess I am showering in the dark..... Con: The tile floor had a weird sticky residue (I assume it's from the cleaning solution they use)... you can tell I went back and forth a lot because of my footprints. Warning: Do not walk barefoot! lol I definitely was not expecting this kind of service/quality for a $120+ night stay. I'm checking out and will be staying at another hotel for my remaining days in town. The reason for the 2-stars instead of 1-star is because the hotel had a nice scent (finally a pro!) Also, the bed was comfortable.

This hotel is super clean and all staff were friendly. Great location within minutes of numerous restaurants and shops. Great price for a hotel that can easily be compared to a 5 star hotel. Enjoyable stay with zero complaints.

This property is well appointed, easily accessible and clean. Beds are comfortable.The noise acoustics could use some work as it is easy to heard your neighbor. The overall value of this room is excellent.

From the check-in and room upgrade for being a BestWestern Rewards member, the stay was wonderful and relaxed. Evacuating from the Hurricane Laura, they made a stressful experience much easier to deal with! I highly recommend staying at BW Bryan.

It was not a pleasant reason for our trip but we were very pleased with the nights rest we got at the Best Western Premier, Bryan College Station hotel. The hotel was very nice, clean and kept up. The room was clean. Everyone was very courteous and pleasant. I will stay here again when traveling in that direction.

The food in the morning was impeccable. All thanks to Bernard. He is welcoming, kind, and a lovely cook. Please give him a raise. He is so nice and makes sure that the food is done and everybody is happy.

We arrived at 11:30 that morning and they let us check in (which we really appreciated because we had been on road for 17 hours). Warm cookies and a hot chocolate and coffee bar in the lobby was nice! Breakfast was everything you need for an awesome breakfast! If I had any complaints it would be the lights in our bathroom were on each side of the mirror which made for poor lighting...it shined in your eyes. Above the mirror would be nice. but, seriously, that is our only complaint.

To whom it may concern. The Best western Premier at Bryan College Station was by far one of the best places I have stayed at. The rooms were so clean they almost sparkled. The sheets were crisp and clean and best of all the complimentary water was absolutely refreshing. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower water was sublime. But most of all the service was the most stunning. By far the best performance of any Best Western Premier staff member has to go to, give it up for “insert drumrolll”, BERNARD!!! He was extremely helpful and patient when I asked him about the ingredients in the breakfast foods. As a vegan, pescatarian, vegetarian, and carrier of 3 oddly specific autoimmune diseases, it can be very difficult to find food. However, Bernard not only helped me make sure the breakfast was safe, but he also made me feel welcomed (I had a spectacular ice cold glass of water for breakfast for the 4 days I was at the hotel). Bernard is a 10/10 staff member and I genuinely appreciate his amazing service. As a Californian, I can say he truly made Texas seem like a welcoming and friendly place. I even suggest that he run for public office in Texas as he has the perfect combination of entrepreneurial spirit and heart. I have very little complaints about this hotel. The food was very good for hotel food and the staff was welcoming and nice. Bernard in particular. He especially stood out because of how thoughtful and helpful he was.

Seldom have anything but good to report from a Best Western Hotel, but the Premier in Bryan TX. is undoubtedly the best I've stayed at thus far. Everything was exceptional! Very pleased in every way with my stay!

This is an exceptional hotel. Clean, quiet and wonderful breakfast. Location and price is very good as well. From the desk clerks to breakfast paperer and housekeeping, everyone working at this hotel was friendly and very helpful.

Bernard really helped me out during breakfast for the whole week I was there. I asked for stronger coffee everyday and he never hesitated to make me a fresh cup. Thank you Bernard for being very attentive!

Always a pleasure to stay with best western premier here in Bryan, Texas. The rooms are always clean and there beds feel better than my own bed at home. Im here every month and have always had a good experience.

First TA review for 2020! I stayed at this property from 01.16 to 01.19.20 for the Texas Ornithological Society Winter Meeting. The bed, pillows and TV chair in the corner were all very comfortable. I stayed in Room #106. I could not get the Wifi to work so I used the hot spot on my phone. I did not bring it to the attention of the staff. I should have. I was very impressed by the selection of items for the complimentary breakfast. It was EXCELLENT in my book. I believe the property is about 10 years old and has been recently remodeled. The property is in EXCELLENT CONDITION. Will stay here again if I visit the Bryan/College Station area. The rate for our group was reasonable. Easy access to Highway 6. I highly recommend this property.

Had a random visit to College Station, we had breakfast and were greeted by Bernard. He was so friendly, He definitely knows how to make someone smile. Good Job, Bernard! People like you, make ya want to return!

Check in was fast and the staff are friendly. The hotel as well as our room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again. There are lots of restaurants as well as Walmart and Walgreens nearby. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest, this hotel gets a 9! I'd given them a 10 if the WIFI was faster. Technology being what it is today, 8 mbps is pretty sad.

Good location to Bryan and College Station. They took care of the Banquet needs. One thing is they should offer DeCaf coffee at the evening events. There are more of us that are drinking decaf coffee than you think. Lots of restaurants close by. The room was comfortable with a sitting area away from the bedroom But the TV is located in the bedroom. This was not good for us that want to stay up and watch TV and our spouses want to sleep.

Everything about this motel was excellent but the breakfast was the best I have ever had at any motel. Hot food everyday with different options all 3 mornings. Every morning included a big bowl of fresh cut-up fruit which I have never seen in a motel before.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I was very comfortable!! Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Location was good. Lots of surrounding businesses for any needs that I could have had.

Stayed here to attend a 50th Anniversary party not far from the hotel. We had been in NYC, then spent a night with a night in Houston at the airport (I won't mention THAT hotel) on the way to Bryan. Housekeeping here at the Best Western was good and the breakfast was very good. Love those Texas shaped waffles ! Early checkin was smooth with no payment for an extra day. We had rented a car in Houston so I didn't concern myself about a hotel shuttle. Target store and Walgreens very close, restaurants nearby. Free parking - easy access. Even though the highway (RT 6) is divided (hotel on the east side of the highway) there is a backway to the hotel from Booneville Rd, a stones throw north up the road.

I usually stay at Hilton Property Hampton Inn. This location of Best Western had as nice a room and the breakfast was like being at IHOP. Yes, that good. Plus...there was a bar/lounge at this location which I rarely see at Hampton. And best of all, $50.00 less.

We liked everything about this hotel: great location, superior customer service, clean rooms, comfortable beds, yummy breakfast. The check in and check out were fast. We will definitely be coming back.

Best Western Premier in Bryan is a wonderful place to stay for leisure, business or any other. Beautiful landscaping, nice workout room, computer room, pool, and delightful breakfast. This motel is convenient to large medical centers and best of all to Texas A & M University.

I stay in a lot of BW's, so I am familiar wirh their standards. This place is an outstanding Plus property, but I don't see how it qualifies as a Premier. The lobby is a bit nicer and has a bar, the exterior has a bit more style, but that's about it. Positives: room was spotless (as it should be), all staff was friendly, the front desk employee at my arrival was especially good, and breakfast was good (but really, nothing special). Bummers: hot tub and pool were closed for the season. Why is the hot tub closed when the temps are in high 60s and the website says nothing about it being seasonal? Fitness room is weak at best - tiny, and with just 3 small machines and a few weights. So in short - this is a good value if it is priced as a Plus, but best avoided if you are looking for the luxury that Premier properties are supposed to provide.

As nice a stay as possible considering that I was not here for leisure. Very quiet. Great staff. Great location. Comfortable. Wished for faster internet during peak hours but that's a problem at all hotels. Wished the bar served food, not just drinks. But lots of nearby restaurants. Sleep quality rating is just because I didn't get enough sleep (too much work to do)...not hotel's fault.

Rooms are heavily used and filthy. Visible stains on the carpet like they hadn't been shampooed since the hotel was built. Walls are paper thin, so you can hear full conversations from rooms next door. Bathrooms are poorly lit and shower floors are stained with grime. Just go elsewhere if you can.

This hotel is everything stated and more. The ambiance when you walk in is wonderful. Sitting area, TV's, Cocktails, and simply a warm and inviting non crowded lobby to hang out in. Our room was nice with two queen beds, which most hotels only have doubles. Bathroom was as expected and clean. Does have a microwave and fridge in room. Now the best part is the breakfast. Not your basic breakfast. Full on eggs, bacon, ham, bagels, croissants, cereal, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, delicious fresh fruit like blueberries and pineapple. Also the gentleman there managing the breakfast named Bernardo was awesome. So nice and helpful and fun to chat with, while he kept everything stocked and fresh. Great coffee and my must “flavored creamer” is available 24/7 as well! Wonderful stay and wonderful staff! Very impressed.

This makes our third visit there this time with the great grand daughter. Everyone and everything was great, breakfast is one of the better ones that we have been to. Room was good and everything worked. Will go back again.

BW Premier is a great hotel but the breakfast host didn't do a very good job. The food wasn't stocked very well, the scrambled eggs were cold and runny, the floors were messy with food, the tables sticky with syrup, every time I saw the host she was taking dishes to the back or bringing them back up but had her phone in hand texting or using social media or something. I'd stay here again but hoping the breakfast area is up kept and the food stocked between customers.

This hotel is well appointed and offers a fabulous breakfast. We had a fabulous staff member help us during our time at breakfast. Bernard went above and beyond to make sure that the guests had what they needed.

This was a very nice, and clean place with great service! I came to town to have some fun, and found myself not wanting to leave. Will definitely come back any time that I am In the area and would recommend anyone to check out this place!

I am a Diamond Level member of Best Western and Have stayed at a lot of Best Westerns and this is absolutely the nicest one I have stayed at. The front desk team is absolutely amazing. They go out of their way to accommodate you.. The bar in the lobby is a nice touch and the entire lobby environment is first class. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. To top it off the breakfast buffet is top notch.

Everyone at this hotel went above and beyond to make sure the guest there are as comfortable as they possibly can be. I'd like to thank everyone at the best Western Premier in Bryan Texas for an excellent experience!

It's always a pleasure to know I will get a great clean room each month that I stay here. The staff are very friendly, the breakfast is good and hot, and the internet is very reliable with fast speeds. Out of coming to this location about 15 months in a row I think I was only disappointed with one room and that was for soap scum on the shower glass. Very much recommend this and the collage station locations.

We were in College Station for a meeting at A&M. The room was very large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpfull. Bernard, the breakfast attendant, was especially attentive and friendly. Selena at the front desk was extermely helpful and informative. We have stayed at this location several times and we plan on coming back.

I just want to give a big shout out to Beat Western Premier Bryan College Station. It is truly Premier, Our best part was the breakfast the next morning. The food was delicious, warm and wide variety!! However, it was Bernard who made it magical!! We noticed that he always had a genuine smile on his face, as he checked on the food and bused tables. He definitely enjoys his job. He approached us to see if we had everything we need and developed a warm conversation with us. That was out last experience right before we checked out and he made a positive and lasting final impression.

Bernard is the gentleman which takes care of the breakfast buffet .... more importantly, he is the friendly face of the Bryan Best Western! Bernard goes out of his way to ensure that you have just what you would like for breakfast ... great food and great service. The Bryan Best Western has become our favorite hotel in the College Station area. We visit very often, as we have children at Texas A&M and have tried many of the hotels in the area over the years. The rooms at the Bryan BW are large, inviting, and very clean. The mattress is very comfortable and there is no road noise.

We booked this hotel for our daughter's bridal party and wedding guests. The accommodations were perfect, the proximity to our church and reception were great. And the hotel shuttle transported our bridal party and guests around in a timely manner. Great experience!

There were doors constantly slamming throughout the night. This s a hotel that refinery contractor stay at, so it is very noisy during all hours. The hotel should really tell these guests to please be more considerate. The shower in the bathroom was very dirty. It did not look like it had been cleaned in a while. The rest of the room was clean and nice, but the shower was gross.

This was a very inviting hotel from the time we entered the front door. The receptionist was amazingly sweet and accommodating. There was a nice bar and the lobby was divided into sections so that one could either be "in the middle of things" or sit quietly in another section. The room was clean and very relaxing. We are very picky so this one passed our desires. Check out was a simple tell the receptionist the room number and it was "Ok, Have a Nice Day".

When I arrived the receptionist was very helpful and ensuring that I had everything that I needed. The African-American morning receptionist was very helpful and insurance that myself and my teammates what taking care of. The rooms were clean daily and restock as well.I must say out of all the motels hotels that I've stayed in this was sent me top of the line. I would recommend this to anyone family, friends etc.

Lovely, modern, upscale hotel with many complimentary amenities. Evening snack with free wine or beer. Clean as a whistle. Nice decor(except hall carpet looks like Texas flood). Soft, comfy bed. Quiet. Great breakfast. Lots of parking. Enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at a fairly new hotel in the Bryan-College Station area on Saturday night after the Aggie game with Lamar. The Best Western Premier off of Boonville Road was quite nice. The room was nice and clean, the bed very comfortable and the shower quite nice. I also enjoyed the lobby decor and the good breakfast. The hotel was easy to get to after the football game with easy access on to Highway 6 for the return home trip. I realize I was quite blessed to have found the hotel a few months before the game and that I was not forced to stay for two nights as is the case with many places in Aggieland during football season. Yet, the price I paid was quite high (3 times the going rate during non football season times) and that I did not appreciate.

We came down for a TAMU game and stayed here based on location to stadium but also distance away from all the noises that go along with being a college town. We found this hotel to be clean with friendly staff and a really good complementary breakfast. Bernard was a very nice man and definitely a staff member who should be recognized for his friendliness and 100% attitude for a a job well done. I think the rooms were decorated nicely, and the King size bed was comfortable with nice cool AC to keep us sleeping soundly all night. Complimentary coffee was out all day, along with fruit infused water. Overall a nice rounded hotel that is convenient for anyone staying in the Bryan/College Station area.

Came here on a whim for my family reunion that we have annually and i was amazed by the service that we received. The room was beautiful and the halls were quiet. The cherry on top was the breakfast being hot and the gentleman setting everything up named Bernard was awesome he had everything hot and ready and was super accommodating with whatever we need. I will definitely be back here for our stay next family reunion!! That's Bernard hard at work..

Visiting the Bush Library in College Station was on our bucket list and it didnt disappoint!! We never expected our stay at the best Western premier to be the highlight of our trip!! Selina, Dina and Amber were wonderful hostesses and Bernard's breakfast was amazing! Our room was very nice and clean and spacious. We had a great weekend. Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service from check in to check out. Clean rooms all and all a great stay. Our kids loved the breakfast which no matter what day of the week it was amazing. Bernard is very attentive and that ray of sunshine you need in the mornings. Definitely will book again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We booked two rooms for our stay and both rooms were clean and well kept, spacious as well. Comfortable bed and mattress for a good nights sleep. Good breakfast to start the morning. Will book here again in the future!

We picked the Hotel because of the location and the reviews. We were not disappointed. We arrived to welcome clerks and a nice clean room. We were happy that our dog was welcome to stay with us. The gentleman at the bar was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the hot breakfast. We will stay at a BW again.

A lovely hotel with a friendly and courteous staff. In particular we enjoyed Bernard's friendly and attentive service at breakfast each morning. It's a bit farther from Texas A&M than we expected but nevertheless, we will be back!

The shower was disgusting, mold where the base meets the tile. Tiles were stained with soap scum. Halls hadn't been vacuumed ina while and there was always trash, dirty sheets and towels outside each room. Lighting was weird, one switch controlled the other switch so it was all lights or no lights.

This hotel looks nice inside and seems new. But there were several things that left me scratching my head: Toilet seat was not clean. This made me wonder about the cleanliness of the whole room, because that's kind of an important thing to wipe down. And not that difficult. No bedside lamps. There are two lights above the bed, but the switch is by the door. Good luck not bumping your shin on the coffee table in the dark on your way back to the bed! Tiny pillows (see photo). Half the size of a standard pillow. Why? The bed itself was comfortable. Loud shower doors that slam shut on their own weight when you let go of them. I'm sorry to the person next door I probably woke from a dead sleep — I didn't know. Another shower quirk: You have to be standing inside the shower to turn the water on. No reaching from outside the shower to get the temp right first, because of the shower design. But at least I got a shower—the first room and was given the check in clerk said had no shower at all. (They said it was because it was booked via hotels.com and so they give you the least desirable room, even if you are a BW Platinum member. In fact he said he flat out did not care about my membership level at all). The room did not come with a do not disturb sign. So housekeeping woke me up at 715 am asking me if I wanted my room serviced. Since I was only there for one night and was checking out that morning, this seemed unnecessary. (They came back again at 11, asking when I'd be leaving — check out said noon on the door. I guess they really wanted me to leave!) So much for sleeping in! Let's head to breakfast... The good news about breakfast is the news. They did NOT have Fox News blaring in the TV. The tv was muted, making breakfast a much more pleasant experience. There were eggs and potatoes and bacon and I think some corned beef hash (the container was empty by 8am so I'm not sure). And I think there were beans and there were tortillas, but no cheese or salsa for breakfast tacos. Fruit, yogurt and muffins and bagels was also available. Better than the usual Best Western breakfast. They serve cereal and oatmeal at breakfast, but don't offer bowls for you to eat it in. That was weird. You can put your oatmeal in a coffee cup or on a plate. I asked for a bowl, and someone went off to another part of the hotel and came back with one. So I guess that's how you get one. Why they don't put them out with the plates is a mystery. They do not serve orange juice. Only cranberry and apple juice. That was a little odd too. But they had pitchers of milk too which was nice. I hate the waste of opening a while carton of milk just to add a little to my oatmeal. A nice touch they had in the hallway near the elevator was a sign with breakfast hours and pool hours. Overall it was nice but I think they could improve in some areas to live up to the name.

We typically stay at a Marriott for the points, but we had to stay at this hotel for a baseball tournament. To say the least, we were not disappointed!!! The staff was very helpful. The lobby very accommodating for big groups. The breakfast was much better than most "free breakfasts" we get at other hotels. Bernard was over the top helpful during breakfast! We have stayed her twice, and will definitely be back, and will also look for other Premier hotels for future travel! Lots of choices for restaurants and entertainment within a few miles.

Used condom in hallway in front of room, dirty sheets and was told there was no housekeeping and would need to get clean sheets from the front desk and make the bed myself. Broken toilet but no one to fix it. toilet.

Highly recommend staying here. The stay was comfortable & the breakfast was delightful. Very convenient location and lots of parking space. The employee Bernard has amazing customer service & was very polite & helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed.

Clean and modern facilities! Great breakfast buffet and friendly staff.The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and sparkling clean. Nice quiet location and easy, close drive to A&M.

Lobby was beautiful. The desk staff was very nice and helpful. Room was average but bathroom was very small. Breakfast was the best we have ever experienced in a hotel. Pool was not clean but it was a windy day and the area had a lot of trees to make leaves in the pool. Room next to us had the radio alarm go off about 9:00 pm and we had to call front desk to shut it off. Hallway lost the AC on our floor and had a smell of electrical smoke - staff was quick to check all the rooms for issues.

This is a tired facility, an obstacle course to get parking, and obstacle course in the lobby due to crowding of furniture and lack of signs. Just not impressive enough to have the name "premier" I won't be back.

This is not the worst hotel I've ever stayed at but it's not saying much. Hallways are dirty and hot, no A/C in elevators, and of the 3 days we stayed only once did housekeeping ever clean our rooms. The good; it's cheap so you get what you pay for.

Clean and comfortable. They gave me the welcome treats since I am a member. Hot breakfast but no oatmeal or instant oatmeal. Good hotel for a small town. Friendly staff. I would reco.mend this hotel for staying in bryan.

Bernard had good service. He was eager to help us with a smile on his face the whole time. He let me and my friends chill in the pool and the gym, and also had a smile on his face the whole time. You can really tell he loves his job.

Hotel staff let me kill the weight room and take a dip in the pool and spa. Nice meeting rooms for team meetings. The included breakfast was some of the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. :) highly recommend

Clean, comfortable, convenient to restaurants and stores. Excellent breakfast prepared by a very attentive and kind employee. He was wonderful! Front desk staff were courteous, friendly and professional. Bed was comfy as was the sofa bed. The only weird thing was how the bathroom was designed. It was difficult for more than one person to be in there at a time due to the way the door opens. I'm nitpicking though because the hotel is fantastic!

Welcomed us with open arms from the minute we got there. They even called us to make sure our room was good. The room was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. My kids loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi! Breakfast was amazing and we loved the yogurt machine..Thanks for making our stay so amazing!

Nice clean rooms, the bar was a full bar, and the breakfast was hot. The breakfast had waffles and eggs and all the normal stuff. The staff was very helpful and nice. I will be staying here again the next time I am this way.

We stayed at the hotel while visiting family. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Bernard took good care of us during breakfast. The breakfast was hot and delicious. My only complaint is I hit my knee multiple times on the bed corner and the walls are pretty thin. We could hear our neighbor's conversation clear as day.

Our stay at Best Western Premier was better than expected. Very friendly and helpful people encountered from making the reservation to checking in on arrival. The room as well as the hotel and grounds was clean and well maintained. The “real” breakfast was a surprise. It was not the usual powdered eggs with who knows what sausage. Great property.

This property was clean outside and in. The room was more than I expected and VERY clean. I slept like a baby. No noise at all on such a busy graduation weekend. Gig'em. Very happy to recommend this property to others. About 16 minutes to TAMU and that is with all of the extra traffic due to graduation for our Aggies. Not much more to say other than this is a great property.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The front desk staff was prompt and courteous during check-in. Our room was spacious and clean. Our highlight of the hotel stay was Bernard. He worked the breakfast cafe area each morning we were there. He was so friendly and attentive to everyone, especially my father, who requires a bit more attention. Bernard went above and beyond, making sure each guest felt welcomed and cared for. He should teach classes in waitstaff skills - so many others could learn a great deal from him.

Although the hotel was beautiful and we had a great stay, Bernard was the highlight of our trip. Bernard worked at the free breakfast cafe in the lobby. Bernard was so helpful and so caring towards everyone he encountered. Bernard was so appreciative of us just being there and it was amazing to see someone so cheery at 8 in the morning. Not only was the hotel beautiful but so was the service.

We chose this hotel to stay in so we could attend the funeral of a family member. The hotel is lovely in decor with excellent amenities, breakfast is included. The location is great for access to Bryan or College Station.

The only bad thing about my stay here was poor lighting in the restroom. Walls between rooms need more noise insulation. Front desk customer service was excellent. Their continental breakfast is great!

Room smelled musty - carpets and chairs in the room were old and stained. Carpet in the hallway was needing a vacuum also the rug in the entrance sitting area dirty. My mom (78) scrapped her leg on the bed frame and ended up with 10 stitches - filed a report - 10 days and no contact from anyone. They didn't even come to the room to check on her!

I'm writing this again in case the first one didn't go through. I walked in and was greeted by an awesome front desk agent named Cody that was very welcoming. I went up to my room, put my stuff down, went downstairs and visited the convenient bar. At the bar was a bartender named Jared, who is very attentive. Then went back down to have a smoke outside and grab a Sprite and was greeted by a sweet young lady name Thessalonia. I couldn't be more happy with this staff and hotel!!

Great staff (Mr. Brandon for us) great food, clean and excellent upgrade rooms and small but adequate. One more important ting is that even though it is close to a highway you can't hear a thing at night, also there is a sign where you can see that says "quiet hours from 10.00PM till 8;00 Am. I loved that.

Stopped over on our way home from Florida, this hotel is relatively new and absolutely wonderful, check in was easy and the room was spotless, there was an IHOP within walking distance, the breakfast was delicious and a nice selection, I highly recommend this hotel

As on my previous stays here, my room was clean and functional and staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly. I would and probably will stay here again in the future. That said, the hotel's wifi is abysmal, and I find it obnoxious that their TVs are all set to default to Fox News (rather than something like The Weather Channel). Otherwise, this is a nice property with a great crew.

Stayed her for my neice's wedding with family. Everything a great hotel should be - easy checkin, clean room, everything worked in the room, including the HVAC and plumbing, housekeeping staff very competent. The morning breakfasts were hot, ready, supplied, and in a very well lit, clean open area, with plenty of seating allowing you your privacy. Bar area open in the evenings. Had a delightful time at this property near Texas A&M and College Station.

Wow top notch service and friendliness. Clean everywhere, comfortable beds, quiet rooms. The breakfast hot, a nice variety, friendly attendant that kept things well stocked and hot. We shared a suite and was nice to have some space and two rooms.

I stayed for a month on a business trip. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. The Tuesday special was great, I got to meet a ton of really nice people. Breakfast was always hot and ready, the lobby was very welcoming! The cleaning ladies were especially nice, helpful, and respectful they kept my room consistently clean and stocked so I didn't have to ask for nearly anything. One stood out and really made a difference her name was Rosie. Definitely a person who went above and beyond. Thank y'all and I will most definitely be recommending this hotel

I have always had our group of 30+ stay at this location when meeting in the Bryan/College Station area. The group sales people who make our arrangements with the hotel have always taken great care of us. Because of their professional front desk staff check-in is always smooth.

I stayed at this hotel on business. It feels brand new and is very comfortable. It's away from the congestion of the University and easier to get around. The staff was friendly. I will come back to this hotel when I am in the area. It was wonderful.

My hotel room door needed a little help. Didn't seem very secure. That and the bar tender should only serve pre-mixed drinks. Those are two minor things. compared to the rest of the hotel which was really nice. The breakfast was great. Plenty of parking.

Great place to stay when your are in College Station for the game, a wedding or visiting Santa's Wonderland. Breakfast and staff were wonderful. Amenities at the hotel and the entire area were on point.

The breakfast was put up before closing and there were SEVERAL new people in the breakfast area looking for plates, food, juice.... nothing was restocked properly. During the family weekend, you would expect excellent service, the best customer service, and plenty of food considering the price hikes that we are willing to pay! They were short staffed and they workers made it very obvious there was some kind of staff drama, including management. Very disappointed.

I used my member ship points to cover one of two nights stay at this location. Neither the person who scheduled the reservation or the front desk clerk advised me at check in that using points required you signing in again for the night that is going to be paid for using another method. I was assured my weekend reservation was set. My problems began Saturday, August 11 around two in the Afternoon. I received a phone call from my Wife, while out driving, asking me why I had checked out of the Hotel a day early. I told her I had not and then drove back (to the Hotel) as quickly as I could. The new front desk person, a young woman, told me that they did not know that I was staying and that all my belongings had been moved from my room and placed on one of those movable racks. I explained how I had reserved for the weekend, had been confirmed and that no one advised me on the need to register for the second day. The front desk person was quick to check to make sure my room was still available. This leads to the other event that annoyed me: I was wearing a walking cast on my foot from a fall. While checking to see if the cleaning staff had finished with my room, she (the front desk clerk) asked what happened and I told her. She did not bother to ask me if I needed help getting that rack upstairs or if she could get someone to help me. I managed to get it up with some difficulty. Normally, I would have brought it down as well, but based on the way I felt I was treated, I left that for their people to do. Because of a family illness, I did not get my complaint into the hotel until about a month later. I have submitted my complaint a total of three times and still have not gotten the response. This to me, is just as bad as the initial.problem. I have been a loyal customer of Best Western for almost 20 years. I did plan on giving them a second chance, now I am not so sure. I could have stayed at Motel 6 and not have had this problem.

We had a wonderful weekend in Bryan Texas. We were there for a family reunion. Our cousins that live in Bryan recommended the Best Western Premier to stay at. Everything about the hotel was great. Every employee was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend.

My mom and I were in town for my niece's wedding and we stayed here. We were greeted by the staff as soon as we walked in the door and they were very nice and helpful. The lobby was beautiful and so was the room once we made it in there. Room was spacious, with 2 queen beds and it was very comfortable and welcoming.

In town for a concert. the property was clean, staff was friendly, no issues during stay. Hotel was quiet even though located next to highway. Good bed. Only issue is the bar closes to early on Saturday night.

There was a gentleman in the breakfast lounge named Bernard. He was one of the nicest and helpful persons we meet on our trip. He kept the lounge area clean and supplied. He always had a great smile and a friendly "Good Morning" which helps start a wonderful day. I don't generally write reviews, but he was exceptional.

Clean rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Loved the hot tub- soak away your stress from driving. Too cold for a swim but the pool was clean and ready for service. Breakfast was superb- hot and delicious! Even your fellow travelers were courteous...

Liked it, good staff, worked their behinds off. It was real good. I liked Bernard, he was the best. Also the people at the desk were real nice and helpful like. This one lady, don't remember her name, she gave me a toothbrush, didn't even have to ask for it!

All the staff were so awesome and helpful. Gotta give it to Bernard, I'm a combat veteran and dont sleep. I visited on a recruiting trip. Check in was very simple and staff friendly. The room had ample space and amenities. Beds were comfortable. They have a nicely stocked bar. I did not have an opportunity to sample breakfast but the coffee was good.

Overall, this is a clean, functional, well-maintained property with caring and friendly staff. Check in and check out were hassle-free. The pool was clean and in working order. Lobby and common areas were well kept. The room itself was clean, functional, and in working order. The air conditioner kept us cool.With that said, there are a few areas where improvements could be made.1. Beds: The mattresses have distinct body impressions, and as a result offer little in the way of support. Also, the bed is surrounded by a wooden frame that sticks out farther than normal and is a hazard to your shins.2. Shower: I love the walk-in shower, but it could use an additional shelf for toiletries, especially when multiple people are sharing the space.3. Wi-fi: It works, but it kicks you out often, and could be a little faster.4. Refrigerator: Kept our food cold, but leaked water onto the floor. Front desk seemed to indicate that this was a common occurrence, though they did offer to move us to another room, which we declined since we were happy where we were and it wasn't that big of an issue.5. One night the smoke detector in the room went off randomly in the middle of the night, waking us up and making it difficult to go back to sleep. There was no smoke or fire present.While these items sound critical, and while I hope the hotel will make a note of them for future improvements, they are all very minor, and as I mentioned previously, this is a nice hotel, and we had an overall pleasant stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and I would recommend it to others.

Stayed one night for business trip. Pleasant team of employees greeted me and got me checked in w/o any issues. Stayed on first floor. Room was comfortable and spacious. All items were in good condition and proper working condition. Workout room had many pieces of equipment and properly functioning television. Breakfast buffet in the morning was well stocked w/tasty kolaches and to-go containers available for the traveler on the go. Added bonus is Kreuz Barbecue right next door for those looking for some good smoked brisket and turkey.

I've stayed at some real dumps in Bryan/College Station but this hotel was on the complete opposite end of the spectrum. I knew from the reviews this was going to be a nice place but I had no idea just how nice it was going to be. The staff was extremely nice and the amenities were outstanding. We found the hotel to be very clean and nicely decorated both inside and out and the value was very fair for just how nice it is. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was close to Texas A M and near restaurants and other activities. Parking was free and accessible to the main entrance. The staff was friendly and helpful . The breakfast had a variety of foods and fruits, cereal, and yogurt. The buffet was eggs waffles, bacon, and sausage. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only complaint was we requested a room not overlooking the highway and in turn was given a room across from the elevator. This proved to be noisy late in the evening with students booked at the hotel.

This hotel looks fine. Nicely decorated lobby, sufficient furnishings in the room, etc. Free unlimited coffee and water in the lobby, which was nice. Friendly employees. Breakfast is fine. Here are my gripes: 1. They placed a $40 charge on our card to cover “incidentals.” When my husband asked how long it will take for the $40 to be credited back to our card, they said “7-10 business days.” Really? They have a bar and snack store, but we used neither. 2. Construction seems shoddy. Walls are thin. Hallways are STIFLINGLY hot and stuffy (no ventilation) and have an odd rubbery smell (think tire shop). Hallway floor resonates with your footsteps, and creaks beneath your feet, so it's basically plywood covered with cheap carpet). 3. The fit and finish are poor. Bathroom vent is weak, so shower creates too much steam and heat. The nice magnified mirror was rusty (probably from all the steam build-up in the bathroom). Also, the too-tiny shower shelf is placed in the wrong corner (you have to lean into the shower stream to grab the soap). Lighting is wired oddly (you can't turn on the light above the coffee/microwave area without turning ALL of the lights on). Our carbon monoxide monitor was unplugged with batteries out when we arrived. The beds are a box-style with shin-banger corners. All 3 of us tripped and banged our knees/shins multiple times by misjudging the corners (covered by bedding). Not only was it a nuisance—my daughter got a bad bruise. Basically, this place is OK. But the attention to detail when designing it was seriously lacking. The $40 charge was the deal-breaker for us. Probably won't be back.

Lexi was a terrific person. Her deminor and calm appeal was refreshing. You need more people like Lexi. The standard king suite was perfect. Just the right space for my stay in this wonderful hotel. The staff were all wonderful. No problems at all.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast & so reasonable! Located minutes from everything & still far enough out of town to feel restful. We would not stay anywhere else. A bar in the lobby helped for that end of day night cap, and cookies at the front desk!

This is a new and pretty comfortable motel located about 15 or 20 minutes by car from the Texas A&M campus. It has large rooms, comfortable beds, a very good hot breakfast buffet, a modern TV system, and reasonable rates. But also several shortcomings: thin walls that transmit noise easily between adjacent rooms, noisy A/C units, a wooden bed frame that protrudes from the mattress at shin height (very easy to bang into), and dim lighting in the bathroom.

I stayed for one night and the staff was friendly. Clean and breakfast was good. The staff was nice and hospitable. Convenient location. I used the gym and common areas. It's a clean and safe hotel. Nice lighting and ammenities in the hotel room. very modern.

We went to an event in downtown Bryan and it is a straight shot to downtown. Lovely hotel and very nice rooms and bed. For some reason we were given a handicapp room, not a problem but I was able to see all the handicapped features. So, if you need a handicapped room, you will be pleased. It is in a good location off of HWY 6, near a shopping center and Krogers. It is right next door to IHOP. Parking is great. The staff we dealt with were good. Wifi was a little slow, but the hotel was full of kids there for a ball game, so there probably was heavy traffic. Breakfast was good and the first time to see a pancake making machine. Pancakes were light, fluffy and tasty.

Miranda has a great friendly customer service! She kept up everything & stocked at breakfast time. Clean area and delicious breakfast. I've worked customer service all my life and it was great seeing good service. Rooms were better than I expected. Comfortable beds, nice and relaxing jaccuzi. I will certainly be staying there again!

The place was in excellent condition and the staff and rooms were great. It was a safe and secure place to come back to...almost like home. I would return....in fact i may be returning before the end of the year.

My wife and I spent two incredible nights last week at the Best Western Premier in Bryan, Texas. When I'm back on business in this area, this will definitely be my number one choice for where to stay. Great, comfortable, spacious room. Loved the bed. Excellent staff. BWP offered a wonderful breakfast each morning. It can't get much better!

We were looking forward to staying here to see the A&M University for our daughter and all was fine until we entered our room which smelt like 'shake and vac'. Internet was ok for checking emails only. Beds were so UNCOMFORTABLE so we struggled to sleep and then hearing the next door room guests come back late and talking was so irritating, the walls are obviously not insulated. I felt as though our room could have been cleaner. Staff were very nice and informative and the breakfast had a good variety of items to choose from.

Room was nice, not well insulated as I was able to hear my neighbor yelling at her husband several times a day. But Korina Loy and the wonderful front desk staff were head and shoulders above the level of service I expected and made the stay very comfortable! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

This hotel was great! Service was excellent and the room was nice and comfortable. Bar had good beer! There were great restaraunts close by within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room and the hotel in general was very nice, and clean. We slept well, and had sufficient amenities in our room. Our stay was very comfortable. However, I could have given this hotel 5 stars if the overnight clerk had been friendlier and the morning clerk (both males) had inquired to our satisfaction when we checked out and had been more assertive when problem brought to his attention. This hotel was sold out on ring dunk weekend, and the buffet was managed by one woman at the time (a second one helped eventually). With 3 carafes of coffee, they ran out over and over quickly, and we tried to get coffee several times to no avail. They were very busy and could not keep up with the breakfast crowd, which really wasn't that bad, considering the number of guests. Overall, hotel was good though!

The hotel staff was friendly and the property is well kept and easy to get to. They are pet friendly and go out of their way to make it easier for pet owners to take care of their pets while at the hotel.

Very comfortable stay. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was very well presented. The internet was good enough to fit my needs. Lighting around the mirror area could be brighter. Overall, very pleased.

I've already stated at front desk. Most of clients on 4th floor slammed doors until 3 AM, they were very loud. During football weekend, the hotel is very quiet. Don't know what happened!! Marilyn Fulbright

I can't say enough about The Best Western Premier Bryan College Station. The room was very clean and well equipped. It had a mini fridge, microwave, a huge shower with lots of pressure and all for a great price!

We enjoyed our time at this hotel. The front desk and the girl behind the bar (Esmy) were all fun. We were in Room 414 and the only complaint I have is that we could hear the guy in the room next to us talking on the phone. He wasn't loud, but we could still hear him - no connecting door, just through the wall. Fortunately he was quiet after that. We had happy hour at the bar and enjoyed talking with Esmy. We slept late, didn't have breakfast there, so can't comment on that, but there is an Ihop right outside the hotel door. We would stay again when we are in the area.

Great experience for the price. The hotel was clean, the room with king bed was very spacious. Check in was very simple and all staff was very friendly. There is a bar on site, a bit pricey but had a good selection. Breakfast looked good but did not have an opportunity to try it. The only complaint I have is that you could easily hear conversations and noises from adjacent rooms.

New, clean, big rooms good location would be good for business meetings. Excellent service. Pet friendly. Good parking. Quiet. Fairly normal BW breakfast. Location for highway travel access to downtown Bryan, minutes to College Station.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting family for the holidays. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the hot breakfast buffet was tasty and provided multiple choices. The hotel is easily accessibly off the main freeway as well.

The Best Western Premier hotel in Bryan is one of the best hotels I have stayed in in 2017. In 2017 I spent approximately 25 to 30 nights in business class hotels for work travel. My particular trip to Bryan was for pleasure. From the greeting by the desk clerk at check-in to the different desk clerk at checkout everyone on the staff of this hotel whom I came in contact with was cheerful, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. The hotel manager has assembled an extraordinary staff and should be recognized. The hotel appears to be relatively new. All of the common areas in this hotel were very clean, well lit, and functional. The king suite I stayed in for two nights was very comfortable. The sofa was comfortable and clean. The television set had a crisp clear picture, the bed was just the right firmness, and the bathroom was well lit and clean. Not all Best Western hotels are as nice as this one is, and most are priced higher for a much lower grade room. This hotel is definitely one I will stay in again for both business and pleasure.

This is a very comfortable hotel and is very conveniently located. The amenities in the room are first class. Workout center is better than most. Breakfast is decent: not wonderful but meets the needs.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. Would definitely stay here again. My family all liked the rooms and the breakfast in the morning. The breakfast bar was very well stocked and plenty of options to choose from.

This, hotel was very close to the venue that we were attending. The front desk attendants were very helpful and friendly. Check in was easy and fast. The beds, were very comfortable on that cold and rainy night. Breakfast was your standard free options.

We did a special detour on the way back home from a cruise to stay at this hotel because it was a "Premier. The hotel is very nice and the rooms were very comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly. At check-in, we were told that the bar offered a "happy hour" starting at 5:00. After an initial unpack, we went down to the bar to order drinks. (This was a Birthday celebration for us). I ordered a Mai-Tai. Was told that the bartender didn't know how to make one. I offered to google it. He said they didn't have pineapple juice. I ordered a Strawberry Daiquiri. He said that he couldn't make that either... Frustrated, I asked if he had vodka & 7-Up. Yes - I Got my drink and decided to order food. We were told that all they could offer was a plain hamburger or plain nachos or maybe chicken wings. He said they had been cleaned out of their other supplies the night before and hadn't re-stocked the bar. He suggested a Mexican food restaurant down the street. My husband left to go get fajitas. I asked for a margarita. He said he didn't know how to make one. I told him that I DID KNOW and would be happy to teach him. Discovered that they didn't have sour mix, so he used lemonade and I had a make-shift margarita. We were quite surprised that a "Premier" Best Western didn't have "Premier" Food and Bar offerings. It will be a birthday to remember. The manager did offer enough points to get a free room in the future and I am waiting to see if that happens...

The stay and visit with our Daughter, 3 Grandkids and 2 Great Grandkids was super. The only Christmas Surprise that we got was the extra $25.00 Charge that showed up on our Credit Card. We especially enjoyed the Friendliness of the Front Desk and Staff. They welcomed us warmly at Check-in and continued through the entire stay and expressed, many times, that they hoped we would stay with them when/if our travels brought us back to the Bryan area. They were most helpful in getting 4 rooms of family close together on the 2nd floor - Most helpful when visiting with family. A very nice stay.

Friendly staff and services conveniently locationed. Good bbq restaurant next door. Always we were greeted as we returned to hotel. Plenty of parking and well lite it up, rooms were always well cleaned !

Very impressed with the facilities and the staff. This is the first place we check when looking for rooms in College Station area. This hotel is pet friendly. We appreciate the nice accommodations for us and our pets.

We stay on this hotel with our Church and we did our Marriage Retreat on one of the meeting rooms they got. They help me had everything ready for our couple. This hotel is a must if you are in the Bryant area or College Station Area.

We were very happy with her stay at Best Western in Bryan College Station. Next time we go we will stay there. We visited Santa Land in Bryan and it was close to the venue. Next year we may stay at the Best Western again

The decor was nice. The staff was friendly. The room shower was filthy and the bed was uncomfortable. The shower was filled with mildew and mold. The glass shower doors has excessive hard water buildup. We would probably return to this hotel.

This was absolutely the best nights stay I have had in a while, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was quite comfortable and quiet, check in and check out was easy, breakfast was high quality!

The staff were super friendly and breakfast was better than usual. I asked for a room away from Hwy 6 and they were accommodating. Our room was very clean and quiet. This is either a newer hotel or one that is very well maintained. Will stay here again on our next visit to Aggieland. Also a nice movie theater, Premier, and a good Chinese restaurant (Jin's) are right across the street.

We selected the hotel for its review from the internet and upon arrival at the location we were not disappointed, we were in town for a local event put on by the Department of the American Legion for Veterans and were not disappointed with our choice. Clean, Affordable, Friendly Staff, Overall Rating 4.3 stars, I would recommend this to anyone staying in the area of Bryan, Texas.

I've stayed here a few times and always had a good experience. It is a newer looking place, the rooms are fairly large, with a sitting area with a couch. They have a fridge and microwave. Breakfast is included and while it isn't fantastic (usually scrambled eggs and similar), it is fine. The wifi works well and is included. The staff all seem nice. I did have a little strange experience this time. When I got to my room, it had not been cleaned (in fact, it looked like the previous occupant had ridden it hard and put it away wet, so to speak) and this was like 6 p.m. I went back down to the clerk and she was very apologetic and very quickly got me into another room, which was very nice. A little while later I found a note under my door, with a hand written apology from Elissa at the front desk, and a voucher for a free drink or something from their little shop. I thought that was a very nice gesture and I compliment Elissa for the excellent customer service for something that wasn't her fault.

I was only in town for a one night stay....THOUGH I LOVED this hotel. The staff was great...I was checked in quickly. I enjoyed the breakfast. It seemed as everyone from staff to guest were just in an upbeat mood. The bed was extremely comfortable as well!! GREAT JOB ALL!!

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. I stay here 4 nights a week for business and everything is perfect as always. Couldn't ask for better staff or better quality. They always greet with a smile and a helping hand. If you want a awesome nights sleep in a safe location with awesome amenities, then this is the place to stay.

Love to stay at this Best Western. convenient, clean, updated and the staff is great. Even my dog loves to stay here! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always good, and if we are not in the mood for hotel breakfast there is an Ihop right across the parking lot. This is our preferred place to stay when we head to College Station/Bryan.

The shower was wonderful with plenty of room. No tub, which is great for me. The location of the hotel was good for me.

We had 10 rooms occupied and a meeting room. I was responsible for making sure everything ran smoothly. I did not receive any complaints from my coworkers in regards of their rooms; personally, my room, which was the same as the others, was very clean, and had a lot of space. All personnel in the hotel was very attentive and helpful. We have a District Office near with about 24 employees and when they are in need of lodging, they make reservations for them there. I would recommend the Best Western Premier to anyone.

Room was clean and up to date. Decent breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint I have is that the walls are not insulated well and I could hear people talking and laughing in the next door room ALL night.

Nice new hotel. It's fresh and new. they have lots of perks... extra toiletries like shower caps and vanity kits. The breakfast bar was better than most with egg and chorizo burritos, poco de gallo and hot sauce, and shredded almonds for the oatmeal. I dont know if they put out such special fare when its not an Aggie home game. Special kudos to Becky the housekeeper!!!

My wife were living in and working out of our room which was a king suite. The bed was very comfortable and the room was modern and clean. The breakfast was much better than your standard hotel. Fresh eggs every morning, fresh fruit and pastries as well. The entire staff was very friendly and eager to help us every step of the way. The hotel is located extremely close to restaurants, grocery store and other businesses that you come to count on when traveling.

Finding a quality room in Bryan College Station can be a problem. This was our first time at the BW Premier and we were very satisfied with the room, the breakfast , the property and the staff. I will be staying here again.

The staff was very attentive to whatever we requested. It is a fairly new property and was very clean. The rooms are very comfortable and we especially appreciated the suite we reserved for a little more money.

Everything was lovely. We enjoyed the pool, breakfast, and bar. The lobby is very nice. All staff were friendly and readily available for any assistance that we may have needed. He bends were comfortable.

Very nice hotel for the price. The staff is very friendly. The fact that they have breakfast is a plus for a nice family stay. We enjoyed our 3 days. We were staying for a swim meet. Had a bad experience with another person trying to enter our room but the staff handled it really well.

I hadn't stayed at a Best Western hotel since the 60's with my parents, and apparently that's too long! The location was perfect, the staff was very attentive and helpful, the room clean and nicely organized. Most importantly, when the bartender had to leave early due to illness, the desk clerk gave us a beer, on the house!

This is a very new hotel. There is no bad or molded smells. Very clean and comfy. They also provided breakfast. The breakfast area is clean, too. A lot of seats. Not a lot of options, but good enough.

Best Western is my husband's and my first choice wherever we go if we can find one in the area. Like their services, big guest room and bathroom, very comfortable because of the big space. Their WIFI is very fast. We like their hot breakfasts.

We appreciated the front desk staff taking good care of us. Training a new employee on the process, they explained what they were doing and thanked us for our patience. It went very smoothly and we were happy to participate. We were offered our choice of several rooms and allowed to check in a little bit early. The room was great (I recommend the upgraded King for a little extra space) and the price was very good. Breakfast was a slight disappointment, but I think that was because there was a large group in and they had quite a few kids and the staff may have had a harder time keeping up. I liked that breakfast was on a real plate with a real fork ... not just disposable items like many hotels provide. I would definitely staff here again. Thanks!

Just stayed in the Best Western Premier in Bryan, Texas. We've stayed in many hotels in the area during the time our two daughters have been at A&M and this was one of the better stays. Clean, modern accommodations and pet friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel and we will stay there again!

Very very noisy, guess are so noisy and no one does anything about it. It smells the animal pee. The shower was not clean the toilet seat had pee under the seat. We reported the noise but nothing was done.

Stay here, you will not be disappointed. The staff is friendly and always have smiles and kind words. The rooms are clean and in good condition. The nights were quiet and easy to get a great nights rest. There is a large lobby with fine accommodations for breakfast, bar and just plain relaxation.

My daughters and I needed a place to stay for a couple of nights while our air conditioner was being repaired at our home. The staff was friendly and helpful... nice and clean exterior and the lobby area was very neat and fresh feeling. It was a pleasant experience all together.

The property is 6 miles from campus, but well worth the drive. Professional staff, clean rooms and common areas. Breakfast has several options. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom soap and towels are great. Will definitely stay here when visiting son at TAMU.

Subject title says it all, was greeted warmly even after sweating my butt off in a warehouse all day. I can't say I have ever given any hotel all 10s before now. The people were inviting and helpful. The rooms and beds were very comfortable, and the food was excellent! I will stay here again and again if in Bryan, TX.

Hotel was clean for the most part. Our room must have had an owner with a pet prior to our stay because there were tufts of dog hair all over the floor. For a new hotel, the caulk in the shower areas is already molding over. This should be a cause of concern. Lighting in the bathroom is very dim and the exhaust fan is very slight. One can tell where material quality was cut during construction. WALLS ARE VERY THIN.

Rooms are nice and clean...pool is small for that size hotel...bar is ok and service is pretty good...just a clean place to stay but nothing spectacular about this place...breakfast is good and there are places to eat close by.

Our first grandchild got married. Family came from as near as Bryan and College Station and as far away as Charlotte, NC and St. Louis, MO. Overall, our stay was excellent. There is always a glitch or two on any stay but our glitch was neighbors grousing about elderly couples enjoying late night gossip session and no fault of the hotel. From the look on his face, dot't think the night clerk was expecting a room full of gray heads.

Room was comfortable so good. However there was a teen football team staying for the weekend so as you might imagine the pool area was rowdy. And breakfast was much busier than usual with teen mouths lining up for multiple waffles etc. Bar area was open and noisy(echoing). Probably better for midweek stay.

Enjoyed staying at this Best Western! It wasn't your typical BW, new facility, nice rooms, friendly staff. The rooms are newer and mine was clean and quiet. The hotel also has a nice little lounge with a bartender, great for a night cap after long days of meetings. It's located conveniently as well

When we called the front desk the housekeeper told them she only replaced towels and emptied trash. Our entire room had been cleaned and items missing. The staff did not offer anything for our inconvenience!

This is Hotel is ok but there is a high tolerance for noise and partying till all hours of the night. This includes teenagers knocking on wrong doors at 10:30, people screaming and yelling in the halls and stairwells all night, and playing loud music in the hallway as late as 11:30 pm. At midnight you will still be hearing slamming doors, loud conversations in overcrowded rooms, and people yelling at each other down the halls. In the morning be prepared to find cigarette butts in the jacuzzi and random leftovers from the night before: lighters, a corkscrew, people's dirty socks, empty beer cans. We chose this hotel for its location and put up with three nights of this insanity. On the third night we finally requested that the hotel intervene due to loud music and screaming at 10:30. We received a snippy and annoyed response from the front desk. We had to call twice before anyone said they'd come up. Then we got a call 15 minutes later saying that someone was looking into it. No apology. Our kids were up till midnight every night from the nonstop noise. Breakfast: quality varied greatly and was usually crowded, we ate at the bar one day because there were no seats. Rooms: smaller than I expected and there are no bathtubs, only showers Housekeeping: Service one day and then no service the next day, they kept you guessing. Disappointing and miserable experience. We booked 6 nights here. Big mistake.

Formaly a LaQuinta customer but had a really bad musty stinky room in Shreveport (Minden area) took a chance on Best Western and they came through with flying colors. Just found my new place to stay. Thank you Best Western!

The place was excellent. Rooms were nice and well kept. The breakfast was just amazing everything was warm and had a little bit of everything that you can have for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and on top of everything. Every one that you would see would greet you with a friendly smile and hello. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was clean and quiet (even though right off highway). We were with a group of people so the front desk accommodated us to be right next to each other. Wish they started to serve breakfast earlier-but they did have cereal/toast/bagels/yogurt out for early morning guests. I would definitely stay again.

Staff was super polite and nice to deal with. King Suite was super nice and clean!!!! Bed was comfortable and shower was huge and clean! Good location easy off/on freeway. We had 16 rooms reserved and no one complained!

Great stay! Everyone I come to college station, this is the hotel we stay at! It is easy to get to, you have a Walgreens walking distance that stays open 24hrs if you are in need of anything. The breakfast is great and the beds are comfortable!!

We try to book a stay at this location every time we need a hotel in this area. We are grateful for the competitive price (if book early), friendly staff, full order breakfast (that includes a meat, bacon, sausage, ham), and comfortable bedding, nice design layout throughout hotel.

Wish I'd have found this hotel a few years earlier! One of the best in College Station after 8 years going back and forth for 3 students of Texas A&M! Very accommodating as we had a service dog with us for our Deaf-Blind daughter. We were placed near a well kept green space close to the room with trash bins in the area! Everything was very clean and updated, and quiet.

Overall good hotel. The bed was comfortable even though the pillows were flat. It was easy to keep the room temperature even. The lighting in the bathroom is terrible for putting on makeup. There was a lighted magnified mirror but the light on it did not work. The variety at breakfast was good but the eggs, sausage and bacon was cold. We did enjoy the drinks at the bar in the evening.

We asked for a quiet room and they delivered! In fact, when we exited the elevator after unpacking, the desk clerk asked us if we were satisfied! Every employee was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room itself was very comfortable. Plenty of space to unpack and a much needed comfortable bed and pillows. One issue that I'm not fond of is air conditioning/heating units on the floor by the window. Whoever sleeps on that side of the bed always deals with air blowing on the face and that's disruptive. We were there on an extremely busy weekend. Knowing that, additional staff might have been used at breakfast to ensure refilled coffee urns and food items. The second day, several guests had to wait quite awhile for refilled items. Cereal bowls never were replaced. As a hot tea drinker, I appreciate that they don't interchange urns with coffee. Once an urn is used for coffee, to use it as a hot water dispenser, the coffee flavor remains. All said, we would return.

A second home, this is my second visit within six months. They remembered me from my last visit. Felt good. The rooms were great every time and I slept very well. Centrally located so you had immediate access to food, fuel, and a pharmacy. Convenient because it is right off the freeway.

Nice hotel, might stay again but will need to ask about a no pet room. The pet-friendly policy was not good for my allergies. Also, front desk staff is a little stuffy. The 'premier' does not mean they are a 5-star hotel. The staff should be more 'down to earth'.

First of all, the rooms were the best and clean. Kevin picked me up from my class and drove me to the airport in his personal car. Now that's customer service. Carter took me to my class in the shuttle and just made sure I has a ride to class. Stephanie did a great job of handling my reservation and shuttle ride. Jay, Esmeralda and Alise were great at the bar, customer service, and overall social interaction. You all have a awesome staff. Keep it up!

Our only complaints were that our Internet was slow and we could hear everything in the rooms around us (hairdryer, TV, voices, etc.) Overall I would recommend this hotel for the price. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean.

Good place to stay. But stay was not pleasant due to some playing around in the hallway then a knock on the door. Someone thought it would be funny to disturb us between 9:30pm-10:00pm then run off after knock.

The staff was incredibly accommodating, from the front desk agents to the housekeeping staff, and the GM was an absolute pleasure to be around. You can really tell she loves what she does. Elissa at the front desk was also extremely friendly and brought a very positive energy to the desk. Overall, a terrific stay in a hotel where you can tell the staff all genuinely love the work they do.

When I want to order food and the Hispanic lady tells me she doesn't do that bc it's our busy time that really upset me but she did tell me the BBQ place was walking distance lol just left a bad taste in my mouth

First, hats off to Candace and Allison for making sure our reunion was a great experience. The hotel is in mint condition, the complimentary breakfast is good, the facilities for meetings and special events are very adequate, everyone on the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the lobby and bar area are great places to congregate and the rooms are very comfortable. What more could you want? Handy to Highway 6, shopping and the College Station/Bryan area this is a perfect place to stay over or have your event.

From check in to departure this was a great experience.....the room was clean and had keverything to make me comfortable...the staff could not be more helpful or welcoming.....the breakfast was delicious and varied.......fresh coffee and flavored water in the lobby 24 hours a day........will return

The building is modern, the staff were all wonderful, the rooms, main entrance, and pool/spa area were very clean. This hotel is located within walking distance or a short drive of many restaurants. I would stay here again.

We stayed for 4 days and second day they did not refill toiletries. Third day I left note but nothing changed. Just before we left I asked a manager why the don't restock toiletries in room and he did not know and offered some but it was too late. Otherwise the place was good.

The room I reserved was not available. The bed was hard and the breakfast foods were cold. I thought for the price the hotel would be nicer and the bed would be softer. I think they over booked them selves.

Overall excellent experience. My only complaint was the mattress was too soft and was uncomfortable. This was more than just a preference as there was a noticeable "low spot" on one side. Otherwise, the staff was helpful, the rooms were overall quiet, rooms were clean. No other complaints.

There was much to see in the area. A person representing our group set everything up. Enjoyed the Military Park, Bush Library, Tour of the College Military museum and much more. GPS was lost most of the time. Finally learned our way around on our own.

The Best Western "Premier" Hotel in Bryan (College Station), Texas was a disappointment. My husband and I travel extensively and stay at similar hotels that are compatible in atmosphere, type of accommodations, and amenities. What this BW "Premier" was not compatible to is the service or should I say, lack thereof. We stayed at this hotel two nights. The first day we left early in the morning and came back at 2 pm and the room was not done by housekeeping. Then we left the room again at 2:45 pm and came back at 9 pm and the room was still not done. We understand that that can happened at any hotel. What is inexcusable is that the following morning at 9:00 am with the "Don't Disturb Sign" on the door, housekeeping starts pounding on our door wanting to make up the room. Now, that has never happened to us before at any other hotel. I see this as showing no respect for their guests. Another let-down was the breakfast. We are not picky eaters and know that free breakfast at a hotel is probably going to be limited and not savory. Unfortunately the breakfast here was anything but desirable. It lacked variety and what was available was just bland. My reason for writing these few lines is to find out why market/label a hotel as "Premier" when the type of service offered to their clients is lower in standards than a regular BW hotel?

We attended a reunion at this Best Western Premier and were pleased beyond our expectations. Although we needed to make a change and arrive a day early the staff was 100% accommodating. The room was exactly what we wanted. Lighting was a bit confusing with multiple switches having to be on at the same time to get the room fully lit. A large shower and no bath tub was a first for us and since we are shower people it was a pleasant surprise. The front desk helped us with directions several times and they were always spot on. Thank you very much. Our meeting rooms were perfect for our size group. At another reunion we were crowded into too small a room. Best Western was perfect. The breakfast buffet was a step above what you might usually find, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, a selection of muffins, toast, and bagels, fresh fruit and yogurt should meet anyone's needs. If there was just one thing I would have an issue with it would be that the bar prices were way too high. To end on a up note, the free shuttle to the airport was perfect. That all said, I would recommend this Best Western.

The Best Western in Bryan, Tx. exceeded my expectations for hosting our venue. Everything from the outside appearance to the guest rooms, and the courteous and friendly staff there. I could not have been happier.

Rooms are clean, safe, and pretty quiet. The room rate was reasonable and the hot breakfast was nice, though having more hot food choices that don't include pork would be nice. I appreciate the helpful and friendly staff too!

I can always trust the cleanliness, quality and service of a Best Western Hotel in cities big, small and very small. When traveling on the road, I can trust Best Western hotels in cities and towns I am unfamiliar with for my safety, care and lodging.

Sparkling clean, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, good value. Wine and mixed drinks bar just off the lobby is available in the evenings at reasonable prices. Have stayed here many times, and it never disappoints. Centrally located for business, A&M, Highway 6....

From the time you walk in the door until your departure, you will be greeted by wonderful, helpful staff. The hotel is well appointed, has a very nice included breakfast, a standard fitness room, nice pool area, spacious rooms and reasonable prices. Also easy on-off access to the highway and several food places nearby. Would highly recommend this location.

This is a good place to have guest speakers stay, when doing a presentation of our group. It is easy and close by, for our speakers to stay. Also, a good place for them to relax, and it is nice that breakfast is provided.

I have stayed in this particular location 3 times. This hotel has everything that you need for a nice, comfortable and convenient stay in the BCS area. It's my go to location to stay while I come in town to see my son.

I stayed here over a busy weekend where this hotel hosted many if not all the special Olympics Olympians. Even with the staff stretched from the volume of guests, they still found the ability to extend genuine patience and kindness to our special needs men and women, one of which happens to be my brother in law.. on top of that I left my work computer and some clothes behind in the room when I checked out.. I called the next day and they were located easily and held until I arrived later that day (had to commute from Fort Worth). They had offered to ship, but I needed my computer sooner than it could arrive. The room was very nice and clean and everything worked as expected. Very impressed - wish I could have stayed longer!

We were very impressed with this hotel, from the friendly and informative greeting at the front desk to the hot breakfast in the morning. The room was well set up with plenty of plugs and all the amenities necessary for a good nights stay. We would definitely return. An extra plus was a 24 hour IHOP right in front of the hotel as well as a good BBQ restaurant..also an IMAX theater across the street.

The property is very nice and my room was perfect. The free breakfast was hot and fresh and the quality was excellent. All this combined with a quality staff makes for a great stay I will never stay any where else when I am in Bryan Texas again.

The hotel is very close to downtown Bryan and area attractions as well as restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and the surroundings pleasant. The WiFi was fast which is always a plus. I would recommend this hotel.

Very attentive front desk personnel during check in and departure. The breakfast area was clean and fresh and yummy. The room was great, beds comfortable and felt safe during my stay. Too many crickets in the room, had to kill a couple each day of stay, might want to spray for bugs.

Hotel is modern, clean, and staff friendly and welcoming.......The rooms are well appointed. We like this hotel and would stay here again..We have been coming to area for many years and this is the first time we have stayed here and we are glad we did.

We had a very nice stay at the Best Western Premier Bryan College Station, Bryan. We were attending our Granddaughters wedding. The hotel was within 10 minutes away from the wedding. Room was very clean, comfortable and nice, breakfast was really good. Would stay there again. Price was reasonable also.

Friendly & professional customer service, comfortable & clean room, pet friendly, yummy complimentary breakfast buffet with healthy options. I totally recommend for Aggie fans needing accommodations for their TAMU event.

This is the third time this summer we have stayed in a BW Premiere. This is not the same BW from 10 years ago. Complete makeover. As soon as you walk into the lobby you know you have picked a great hotel to stay in. The rooms are modern and clean. Beds are comfy and the free breakfast the next morning is wonderful. My kids love making their own waffles in a waffle iron and they are delicious. We will be definitely staying here again when we visit our Aggie at Texas A&M.

While staying at Best western premier in bryan, tx the service of most personnel was good. It was the last day when needing help with 2 dogs, a grandbaby and lots of luggage since my daughter and her husband had to leave their luggage with us in the hotel room that morning due to they had to be at the wedding venue earlier than usual. So when I called for a luggage roller (not sure what that is called) luggage carousel, etc. I couldn't get one so I went to get one. Then I had all this luggage and had the dogs and grandbaby to put in the car - I could not do this in 2 trips due to the dogs and grandbaby had to stay with me the whole time I was taking the luggage down. also, no one offered to help so that is why I was frustrated. It may not be hotel policy to help with all customers in this manner, but it should be especially when there is a middle aged woman with a child and 2 dogs and lots of luggage. I am not sure that I would ever stay at a best western again. Again, the employees were fairly nice - although I also had to get ugly the day before I checked in because I had to cancel one day and the lady said it was too late when David told me to call at a certain time and I did. So it was not my intent to get ugly but I did as she would not listen to me. Thank you for reading this complaint as I do not like to share any complaints.

I stayed at this BWP 3 times now for a full week each time and 10 days on last visit. There are a lot of good hotels in the Bryan/College Station area but this one is nice for sure. It was easy to park, friendly staff and really good breakfast. The room was comfortable, fairly quiet and good bed. It had all the amenities in a suite style room like microwave and refrigerator. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you tend to like Hilton and Marriott hotels.

I found this to be a high quality hotel with a great breakfast bar. The room was very clean and comfortable. My only suggestion is to have better lighting in the bathroom. I was not disturbed by noise during the night (which is always a concern for me).

Excellent staff, beautiful and comfortable rooms. The pool is a little small however the hot tub was so relaxing! The complimentary breakfast choices were great! The hotel is very clean and nice. I stayed at Best Western Premier on 3 different occasions for about 4 weeks total. I picked this hotel because all my usual choices like Hampton, Courtyard, and Holiday Inn Express were booked at the time. However, it was a great choice. After my first stay, I chose to stay there 2 more times this summer with my last stay lasting about 2 weeks and over the weekend. The prices were competitive, the staff was always friendly and helpful, the breakfast in the morning was to me the best I have had at hotels. They had real eggs, good meat and plenty of other good choices. The coffee was good. The room was clean, roomy, and had all the amenities. I did have just a little noise to deal with a couple nights but not bad. Internet always worked and TV was good quality. Getting in and out of hotel is very easy and convenient to everything, yet not in an overcrowded area so close to anything you need within about 5 minutes. Bed was comfortable. I would stay at this BW again anytime I visit Bryan/College Station TX.

The Best Western Premier Old Town Center was excellent, the hotel was very nice and clean. All of the employees were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. It is in a great location with many great places to eat nearby. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in the Bryan/ College Station area. This is a great hotel for a good price.

Check-in and out was a breeze and all the staff were very nice. Room was clean and had microwave and fridge, nice size shower and bath stocked with soaps and towels. King bed was very comfortable and I slept great both nights. Quiet upstairs and room temp was perfect. Breakfast had eggs, bacon, potatoes, cereals, fruit, breads, bagels. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was so clean and comfortable. They had complementary wine, cheese and crackers on the evening we were there which was so very nice. All the employees were so helpful and informative. The pool and hot tub were the perfect way to end the evening.

I would recommend this hotel and when visiting College Station, I will stay here again. The staff was very good. The went beyond all expatiation to make sure that we were well taken care of. The breakfast bar was very good.

It was my 34 wedding anniversary weekend I had not gotten anything for my wife I asked David if he could help he was at the end of his shift but said he would pick up flowers and have them in the room when we returned fro an event later that night my wife was surprised and happy with the beautiful display of flowers that greeter her when we return to our room David went so far above the call that Best Western is my go to hotel from now on

I stayed at this hotel two separate occasions in July. Both visits were absolutely perfect. The front desk staff were extremely pleasant, the hotel lobby was impeccably clean. We were placed on the fourth floor for both of our visits. The rooms are large and very clean. The shower, wow, what can I say other than it was heavenly. It is an enormous, really nice shower. Oh and the products they offer are all real Bath and Body works goods. The free complimentary breakfast was the usual hotel breakfasts (eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels and a selection of juices. The breakfast area was clean and spacious. There is a bar in the hotel, but don't let this discourage you, as it is a casual bar. It was never full of loud patrons. I stopped by twice for a beer and both times I was greeted by a very pleasant employee. The barkeep was very kind and helpful. The hotel location is fantastic. There are eating places, stores, etc but it is not loud around hotel. We needed to visit TAMU both visits and we were able to quickly travel to TAMU without any real challenges. There is ample free parking at this hotel and a Walgreens and IHop on the lot to help with any needs you may have. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the Best Western at Bryan. It was definitely worth what we paid for the room. Check in and check out was absolutely painless. If I find myself in the area again I will not hesitate to check in again with the Best Western Premier at Bryan, Texas.

10,15$ more per night than many other places, , but clean, with dark rooms for sleep, quiet, effective cooling system, great towels-soap and pleasant staff, and a good 'happy-hour' lounge... and the b-b-q place next door gave me a 10% discount as a B.W. visitor(very good b-bq, also)!

This hotel was more than a pleasant surprise. We were extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the modern look and feel of the hotel and its rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again, and will recommend to other friends and family.

This hotel was very well kept, landscape manicured, lobby, dining and room were very clean. Staff was very personable and friendly. Rates were better than lessor quality hotels in same area. Located next to an IHOP restaurant but hotel breakfast buffet was good. The location of the hotel is very accessible to major highway.

This was my first stay at a Best Western. Hotel looks new, and if not brand new, is very well kept. Staff members were friendly and knowledgable at all times and always available. Check in and out was very easy. Rooms were large and nicely decorated with everything you'd need including in room refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Bath products made by Bath and Body Works. Maid service was very good. Water pressure and shower head were amazing. I don't know that if ever think to comment on the shower, but it was that good. Beds were comfortable with nice linens. Breakfast was consistently good with a nice selection and real dishes and utensils, not disposable. There was fruit infused water and coffee in the lobby at all times, and Happy Hour at the bar each evening. A few items are sold by huge front desk such as drinks, ice cream, snacks, and necessaries. Great location with access to the main thoroughfare. Rates are very reasonable, in fact I have paid much more at higher end hotels for much less. Definitely recommend Best Western Premier!

We love staying at this hotel because they always go out of their way to make us feel at home. Kevin, the front desk manager, went above and beyond to get us a room reserved and to make sure it was ready with a crib inside for our baby before we even got there. When we checked in he made sure to ask for our rewards number and was very knowledgable about how our rewards points can help us on future stays. The hotel is always so clean and very well maintained. We are always so comfortable here and we don't plan to ever stay anywhere else when visiting Bryan/College Station. Thank you!!

i haven't stay in a best western in several years and decided to give them a try. the premier site in bryan, tx was very nice. I felt the value for the room and breakfast was not too expensive, but fair when comparing to other similar places

Never thought a Best Western could be so NICE!!! I will stay in this hotel every time I come to College Station. The hotel is in Bryan but in a great location. Very close to all the restructures on university. Full bar and grill a big plus.

Great Staff, Clean rooms, Good beds We were in town for the weekend we several other friends and their kids. Staff was great bring us extra towels for the pool. The hotel had a full breakfast in the AM and a nice lounge with happy hour. Would return to this hotel our next trip to College Station.

We stayed here one night, because we were replacing our HVAC system, and it's 95 degrees daytime with 75 for a nighttime low. First, let me say that the employees are top-notch, excellent. What isn't is the facility itself. The large TV is at right angle with the king bed. The lighting is set up poorly. The tile floors were grimy. The carpet was stained, frayed, and pulling away from the metal strip that ties it to the tile. The piddly little exhaust fan in the bathroom was in the same switch as the light over the comode. The light over the walk-in shower was feeble, and should have been the one with the exhaust fan. The guests in the next room turned their TV on and I could tell that they were watching ESPN or some sport channel, and could almost make out the words of the announcer. After we had gone to bed I heard someone talking in our room -- except it wasn't in our room, it was in the hall. I also could still listen to the neighbors' TV. The walls are that thin, with NO soundproofing. Breakfast was poor, for a Best Western. It was more on a par with a Super 8 hotel. I'm so glad I only had to be there one night.

This place has everything. They have friendly staff, caring management, clean rooms, thick towels, and bath & body works soaps, gels & lotions. The only thing that I could say could be improved is the shower floors. They appear stained. Maintenance came to my room and steamed them and the stains remained. I was told they are remodeling the bathrooms to eliminate this problem. Microwaves and refrigerators were in the room. Carpets didn't have stains in the room I stayed in but there was a large stain in the hallway on the 4th floor.

We were only there one night but will definitely be back. It is a nice clean room with a great shower. The bed was also comfortable. I appreciated that is had fresh fruit on their breakfast bar. This was a quick trip but next time will stay here longer to take advantage of their pool.

Totally impressed with this new Best Western Hotel from its facility to its service. The quality in both were equivalent to many of the more expensive hotel chains that I have used while traveling. Breakfast was extensive and well supplied. This was a very pleasant surprise for my wife and I. It improved our impressions on Best Westerns.

Hotel is convenient to both Bryan and College Station, easy access. Clean rooms, nice lobby, bar area, pool and weight room. Satisfactory hot breakfast available. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Check in and check out was quick and easy! Hotel was professional and helpful. Breakfast selection and quality was very good every day. The only complaint I ad is that the hotel's elevators were very slow every day.

We were among many that stayed at this hotel due to a weather emergency. The staff was cheerful, helpful and competent; room clean and well maintained; breakfast was excellent, plentiful and food was replenished when necessary; the lobby and breakfast areas were tastefully decorated, clean and well maintained. A nice stay and a good buy!

Great accommodations and great staff!! Staff was excellent and manger went out of his way to be helpful. The hotel was very busy with high school tennis players and family but the service was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the Best Western accommodations. We have never had a bad experience with Best Western but the Premier Best Western in Bryan, Texas was excellent. All of the front desk staff was friendly, personable, and helpful. The hotel put out cookies, water, and 12th Man towels for families that were visiting for graduation. The room and bathroom were very clean. I also appreciated being on the 5th floor facing the Aggie stadium. I would recommend this hotel to parents or visitors during graduation time especially because it is not too close to campus but not too far either. It allows for rest and relaxation in between graduation ceremonies and celebrations. There is not a lot of traffic near the hotel and it was only a 15 minute drive to Texas A&M. It was perfect!

This is the second time we've stayed at this property and it did not disappoint the second time! Friendly, competent staff, clean comfortable beds, quiet in spite of exterior painting in progress. The property definitely merits the 'premier' standard for Best Western.

This is a nice property with a very friendly staff. It is a great location and is well maintained. We enjoyed a better breakfast than we usually have at a Best Western. In fact this is the nicest BW I have every stayed at. The only problem was the noise. The room next to us had the TV on so loud that it kept us up for a while in the evening and woke us up early the next morning. I am pretty sure it was because the guests next to us were just inconsiderate and had the TV on way to loud.

Everything was excellent...thank you. Would highly recommend to anyone and very friendly staff. Breakfast was just ok but other than that, I would definitely stay again. I travel for business and this was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time.

Very nice breakfast spread, comfy beds, convenient location. The only problem I had was the bathtub was dirty. I was impressed by the toiletries in the bathroom-nicely scented soaps, etc. We stayed on a sunday night, and I found out we overpaid- 25% more than their rack rate.
