This hotel is nested in the middle of a business area. Very easy to access all of the amenities and restaurants. The hotel is extremely comfortably beds are great. The food is great. The staff is extremely helpful

Never disappointing. We visit Broken Arrow occasionally and always stay at this hotel. A great place to stay. A good value and has always met or exceeded our expectations. The staff is helpful and accommodating.

I had a two night stay at the Best Western Kenosha Inn earlier this month. The room was well furnished, the bed was very comfortable, the wifi worked great, and the complementary breakfast was very satisfying.

Our entire softball team and their families stayed at this hotel while playing in a PGF Tourney in Broken Arrow. Though we were a very large group---and, incidentally, not the only team staying there--the hotel staff accommodated the large group extremely well. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was absolutely amazing. But I would say that the room was average. There was some stains on the pillow case ass well as the curtains. The breakfast was good but I felt bad for the staff working it because they was working the front desk as well

Tulsa had a storm that went through and there were hundreds of people without power. I was prepared to rent a room for a week for my son and his young family. The hotel is a little off the beaten track, but the rooms were always 129.00 at most. I stopped in and they said yes a room was available for a week, but the price was $249.00 a night. That is horrible to do with people in the middle of a storm outage. I happily went down the street and paid 109.00 a night. That hotel will get my future business. Best Western will not.

The hotel management worked with my company to secure a number of rooms after the recent straight line wind storms. Incredibly kind, worked with our needs and kept in contact with me. One employee that returned early raved about how comfortable and clean the rooms were and the staff was exceptional. Thank you for helping our empoyees feel at home during a very stressful time.

The pool was dirty and not clear! There was to much chlorine and didn't serve us clear water!! The room smelled like diarrhea and farts!! I was so disappointed in this hotel! I also had to pay an additional fee to allow my pet in even though it's pet friendly! I only stayed here because it was late and I was tired!

I was a frequent guest here for several years. TJ and his wife are so friendly and hospitable that it was a no brainer to book here. That is until a another employee was on shift when I arrived the past few times. He's abrupt and downright rude, argumentative. Made check in a very unpleasant experience. He's from a different country but that's not an excuse to act the way he does. Unfortunately, I won't return. I've been staying at other newer, nicer hotels for about the same price- this guy is the reason I won't return. Definitely wish the owners the best - they were awesome.

Small hotel and there were very few guess. Parking lot only had a few cars. Husband asked for extra pillows and was declined by front desk staff. Might have been the owner that was working. I then had to ask again and explain that my husband has sleep apnea and needs to sleep at an inclined position and was then given 3 extra pillows. Shouldn't have had to ask a second time. I could see if the hotel was booked for maybe a no, but it was not.

Could have been cleaner and there were cobwebs in all the corners. The breakfast was skimpy and yiu basically had to eat at the front desk. The towels were hard and smelled funny. Our mattress was in bad need of replacement. For the money and to be a Best Western I was disappointed.

Kenosha Inn provides a great location for business/leisure in the Broken Arrow, OK location. Easy access to local highways and Oklahoma 51. Food, shopping, etc. are about a mile away. During our stay, we saw a lot of business personnel staying there.

Excellent place to stay . Safe area. Clean. Great staff . Walkable to plenty of places to eat. Grocery store across the street. Easy to enter all interstates. Will always stay here when visiting family.

We chose this hotel based on previous reviews. This was a one and done stay with this hotel for us. Thankfully we only stayed one night. The room's door handle was messed up, almost like many before us mishandled it. Room temp was set to 62 when we left for supper, however the room never cooled. Pillows were terrible. Bathroom was tiny. Pool was small. Ice machine was well stocked both times we used it. Breakfast was decent. Coffee was warm.

Property was clean but the common areas were overwhelmed with air freshener. Some employees were not very personable. Quite. Movie channels went down after a couple of hours. Asked afternoon clerk and he snapped back that there were no movie channels and he couldn't do anything. This employee was very brisk. I think he was from Africa.

Our 6 nights at the Best Western Kenosha Inn was perfect! Our room was exceptionally clean and recently updated, breakfast was included, host was attentive, and the hotel staff was excellent. We enjoyed peaceful night sleep as the hotel was quiet in the evenings.

The manager's wife, Katy?, is so helpful, efficient and kind. Sarah was at the desk at check in and do a great job and was very friendly. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, everything worked, we will come again (as we have several times).

Nice and quiet place to stay, room did not have any bad aroma, nice and clean. I would stay here again. They did have the breakfast set up but I did not partake. Bed was good, A/C was good. Front desk was very nice and friendly.

Best Western Kenosha was great. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and restful. I went to the desk a couple of times for additional items: more towels, extra laundry bags, even a needle to remove a splinter. Staff was wonderful, ready to help, give directions, and make sure we were comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in the area. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Easy to locate the hotel & check in. Quick & easy to get a room. No elevator but second floor access was easy to get to. Very helpful & friendly hotel check in staff ! Smoking areas well defined / out side.

I highly recommend using this hotel for your visit to Oklahoma, especially if you're on a business trip in the Broken Arrow or Kenosha area. The lobby was nice and clean, the staff was very helpful and kind and I had no issue using Wi-fi the whole time I was there. I didn't have any issues with my room as well.

This Best Western shocked us! It was so friendly, clean, comfortable and they served Hot Breakfast every morning .. was a huge PLEASURE to stay there and highly recommend this hotel. I'd take it over some Hyatt's. Thanks y'all!

Nice location, hotel is clean and staff is friendly. If you are assigned a second floor room be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs as there is no elevator. Breakfast is average, the coffee was good, the burritos were not. Lots of shopping, restaurants and fast food close. The TV in the breakfast area was playing news the first morning we were there but after that it was on MTV with some pretty disgusting content. Just sayin.

People are friendly and go out of there way to help. They helped us move to a new room. They keep everything fresh clean and tidy. You have everything you need. Been staying for a while. I am glad we are here.

I would rate this hote overall a 4 out of 5! Very friendly, professional, and quiet hotel! Beautiful decorations throughout the hotel, easy access to the highway, surrounded by a host of resturants and gas station! Really nice!

We often stay here while visiting family in the area. They are pleasant to work with and we did not experience any problems. Breakfast was more limited due to covid but it worked out. Only thing I would like to have is a freezer section for the refrigerator.

New management didnt change the normal opeation of this hotel. They were available to assistt and always helpful on any and all requests. TJ and Katie are a plus to the normal functions of this operation even with all the problems added due to the COVID. Keep up the great service you provide.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Friendly front desk staff and awesome housekeepers!!! This will be my hotel whenever I am in the Tulsa area! The variety of grab and go items for breakfast was good. Everything about the Kenosha Inn exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much!!!

Awesome place and people. They gave us a great rate for our kids baseball team. They went above and beyond to accommodate us in every aspect. We will defintely be staying there again the next time we play ball down there.

Pleasantly surprised at this particular hotel, as it has modern decor, very clean, simple layout, very friendly and professional owners, emlloyees, cleaners etc.... Also comfortable bed, fitted sheets that stayed, clean Air conditioner....

Very pleased with everything about our stay. We felt right at home and welcome. The staff was very friendly. The room was great & Great Breakfast has Bacon, Egg + more and the staff kept it hot and checked the food several times to make sure nothing was empty. Will stay here again in the future.

Over the years I have chosen this hotel over the more popular ones because of the service. It has always been clean and fresh. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I love the location. It is in a less crowded part of Broken Arrow so there is less traffic. And above all it's quiet and have always gotten a good nights sleep.

My husband and I stayed multiple nights here on a get away.very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and come with a coffee maker, microwave, a refrigerator, and the TV had over 100 channels The breakfast was good. I'd definitely recommend it and stay there again.

I really really enjoyed staying at the best Western plus in Broken Arrow. The rooms were great and I enjoyed the peaceful setting and the professional staff. I became friends with staff since they are so friendly and we'll spoken and care about your e patience at this property.

The hotel was renovated back in 2007 but it looked almost brand new. The surroundings were clean and so was our hotel room and the common areas. The bed was a tad hard and lumpy. They must have had a non standard AC as we were used to models where you could just select constant fan to circulate the air in the room. The outside temp was such that we didn't need heating nor cooling so we had a predicament. We ended up just opening the window so that the air was moving but in a room facing the highway meant that it was really noisy. Breakfast and the amenities were the standard fare. The location is conveniently off the highway nestled behind a small shopping area. Reasors grocery is just across the parking lot.

A red straw was on the floor of the room when we entered. The shampoo, conditioner and lotion items were too small and not full of the product. The waffle batter was watered down making wired tasting waffles.

The staff was friendly and was checked in promtly. The property apearance was good as was the room. Location was great lots of shopping and food choices within walking distance. Hot breakfast was excellent with several choices plus the usuall fair. would deffinatley stay here again.

We checked in on Friday about 6:00 or 7:00pm. The lady was very nice. It went downhill from there. Our A/C cycled on and off constantly and never got cool. The television was totally messed up. The people on it had blue hair, teeth and clothes along with the other sites we watched. We called on Saturday morning and the manager, I assume, I.e. maintenance man and breakfast man came to our room. He fooled with theA/C and told us he would bring us a fan and then looked at the TV and said he would replace it, we never saw either one. The breakfast was not hot and not a great selection. It is served from 6:00am to 9:00am. At 9:00 on the dot it is removed. The coffee in the lobby is removed at 11:am and never put back. The restroom off the lobby is locked, and has to be unlocked if you need to use it. In the four days we were there, housekeeping never came (which I'm pretty sure was the managers wife and breakfast cook.) We never had clean towels or our room cleaned. I don't normally write a bad review, but I felt like this needed to be posted. We chose this because of the good reviews we read, so we were very confused as to why ours was so bad. We will not stay there again.

The rooms both had blood on the curtains and dust everywhere, including the valences. The one room had a broken shower head and faucet in the tub. There was a spot on the sheets in one room, and the pillows felt plastic. Not at all impressed with breakfast or the quality of food either. Felt like staying at a cheap motel.

Was on a tight time schedule so we could only stay one night. Reserved a King Bed Suite and it was very large and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. Our room was on the parking lot side and was very, very quiet. The wi-fi was fast and dependable and the room was well equipped (but had no iron or ironing board). The coffee was good. The breakfast was good. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. WARNING: This hotel does NOT have an elevator so if you stay on the 2nd floor you will need to carry your luggage up the stairs. I cannot (since I have COPD) but the front desk man carried the luggage up for me. I appreciated this extra service very, very much!

Clean rooms. It seems to be an older hotel, they are trying to fix up. The walls are paper thin and a/c units are loud. Not worth the $$$ you pay. The staff here are nice and friendly. I don't plan on staying here again.

Checkin was very quick and easy even if I was there before noon. Was checked into a nice king sized bed room. plenty of towels and space plus microwave and frisge and new flat screen tv. Breakfast has a large selection of fresh cooked foods. Nice and quiet at night. It is off the main street so little traffic to make noise.

The hotel is excellent. I had an excellent stay there. Everyone is nice and very helpful. The hotel is also in a good location. Everything is close by. All the shopping and places to eat are in walking distance of the hotel.

The only problem I experienced was with the wifi. The password given me did not work at first. I went to the check-in desk and reported the problem. The person on duty said I had to sign in on a link that did not exist on my computer. He did not have a solution for this. He signed in on his smart phone. He looked on my laptop and told me the only links that showed up for Kenosha BW were for running the hotel. Finally I tried one of those and the password he gave me worked. I used that for the remainder of my stay with no further problems.

The mattress or bed clothes smelled of cigarettes! Showere and hair wash was mandatory every morn. The breakfast must have been re-used several mornings...the gravy was colored water and the sausage patties needed more cook time. I have stayed at this property several times and I have had better times. Desk woman was great with work and suggestions.

Room was dirty. Toiletries from the previous guest were still in the bathroom. The pool was closed after I called to make sure. At breakfast there was rotten milk being served. Room smelled of mildew.

It was a decent price, and the town was packed due to several conventions and the Hyatt downtown having a fire and its 400 occpants having to find outher accomodations. Although there was a roach on the wall when checking in, it would have been fruitless so we dispatched the errant bug and went forward. Of concern was the nighclerk keeping my DL and the daytime manager returning this. In my opinion, the night clerk should have called as soon as she realized that she still had the DL and it could have been retrieved. In the day of rampant identity theft, that would have preferable.

We were very happy with our stay.Our room was clean, comfortable, and updated. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful . The location was great. We would definttely stay at this location again as well as recommend it to others.

We stayed here last weekend with a large group, we were in town for a ball tournament at Arrowhead Park. We were a little surprised when we walked in at the quaintness of the hotel. It's two floors, no elevators and a very small dining area/lobby. Overall the rooms were clean. You could tell this was a renovation of an old property. It was clean, the beds were clean and comfortable. But, there was a musty smell throughout the whole building and all of our people said their rooms also were a bit smelly. I think they just need to replace some AC units and have some ducts cleaned or something and that would make a big difference. The bathrooms were clean but the quality of the towels was very lacking. Overall it was an alright experience. The front desk staff was nice. For a large group we would probably choose a different property next time because of a few items... lack of elevators, need larger dining/gathering space, no laundry facilities on site.

The woman we met at the front desk when we checked in was so efficient, pleasant & welcoming. Just the kind of person you need to greet you after a long drive. The hotel was excellent too. Room beautiful, comfortable and immaculate, WIFi & TV worked well. Excellent hotel with nice staff. Thanks

Stayed here for an early flight out the next morning. Is located adjacent to the BA expressway. Nice area. It appeared fairly clean, but is somewhat outdated. Towels were few and not plush. Bed was a little too hard/firm. Price was reasonable for the BA/Tulsa area. They do not have an elevator.

I reviewed this place a few months ago and called it a hidden gem. I would very much like to retract that review. I go to Tulsa fairly regularly to visit my mother in a nursing home. Sometimes we stay with relatives, and sometimes we need a motel room. With this place being close to the nursing home and reasonably price with the senior discount I thought I had found something special…WRONG. Here are my gripes with this visit. First room they tried to put us in my wife refused to stay in as it had a bad mildew smell. Desk clerk chalked it up to the air conditioner, but she did find a room that was more acceptable to my wife. My next gripe is the closing of the breakfast buffet at 9 a.m. This might be okay during the work week, but it sucks on weekends when people are moving a more leisurely pace. We stayed 2 nights. We left the motel at 10:30 a.m. to attend a family function. We returned to the motel around 9:30 or 10 pm. Our room had never been cleaned. There were no fresh towels, etc in the room. When I went down to complain, instead of responding with good customer service (for instance, “I am so very sorry that happened, let me see what I can do to make it better.”) The desk clerk's response was, “you must have left the Do Not Disturb sign on the door.” We did not. I specifically took it off when we left so they would know to go in there. My final gripe is the TV in the lobby/breakfast area. I am guessing that perhaps 6 out of 100 Americans are into to soccer. The motel owner or manager or whatever he was kept Premiere League Football on the TV. While the TV was on for part the McCain memorial ceremonies, as soon as the crowd died down in the breakfast area it as back to soccer. The place is generally clean, but when you start looking at corners I begin to wonder. On my last visit the towels etc. seemed to be in good shape. The set we had this visit were of Motel 6 quality and should have been cycled out of service. I might stay here again just due to the price, but on my next visit to T-Town I am definitely going to look for another motel first.

This hotel is great if you want to stay somewhere economical. The staff is extremely kind. Cecilia, at the front desk, bent over backwards to make sure our stay was comfortable. We've been in fear at other hotels of wondering if our car would be broken into, as other friends we know have. However, this hotel is not on the main highway, so I felt like our car was safe not being on the highway. The hotel is near some good restaurants, which makes for short drives away. The hotel did appear a little dated, but was very clean. We would stay here again if we needed to be back in Broken Arrow. We liked staying on the first floor, however, we stayed on the south side next to a room on the end. I think the owners must have lived in the room next to us, as we heard (what sounded like) bath water running multiple times in the evening and day. Maybe they had their own washing machine? not sure. Just choose a room a little further away from this.

We arrived late and had a small misunderstanding with the clerk about our room, which was quickly fixed by a lady we believe was an owner. Our room was very clean with a supportive, very comfortable bed. Beds are a big issue with us and this one was great. The wifi was speedy. We slept well and enjoyed a delightful breakfast. It was standard hotel selection, however it was all fresh and tasty. My waffle was adorable and delicious. Sausage tasty. Fresh fruit was a delight. We will visit again.

My wife found this hotel on TripAdvisor. Initially I argued with her about booking it as motels in this price range in the Tulsa area are normally a little scary. It, however, had good reviews. I decided to trust the TripAdvisor community and give it try. I was not disappointed and was very pleased with our room and stay here. The rooms were clean and in good repair, as were the lobby and hallways. The staff helpful. The breakfast buffet was acceptable. I never expect a gourmet meal at these things. The coffee was very good. The rooms are not luxurious, but very acceptable, They had the body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the wall in the shower which gave it a bit of a gymnasium feel. Also they did not have the sink outside of the room with the shower and toilet which made it a little awkward for two people. My mother is in a nursing room in Broken Arrow and I live out of town. To visit her is a weekend overnight trip. Next time we will definitely stay here.

i have stayed at this facility many times and is my go to. I can always count on this hotel to be clean and the staff have always been very nice and helpful. This last stay I met a new associate who worked the counter and she was very pleasant and definitely keeps up the quality of this hotel

The hotel is located in Broken Arrow close to relatives - convenient and well managed. We especially enjoyed the Japanese Sushi restaurant with Japanese American chefs and ownership and high school and college waiters/waitresses who brought our table alive.

This motel is very quiet, at least on the non-freeway side (we've never stayed in a room on it). It is easy to get to and close to downtown Broken Arrow and many good restaurants, as well as other attractions (e.g., movies, golf courses). The people who run it have always been friendly and helpful, the rooms very good and clean, and breakfast standard for the trade. It is not a new facility but is very well kept and in our view an excellent value.

This hotel has been completely and thoroughly remodeled in the past three years. The best thing I can say is it ranks with other "higher scale" chains at 2/3 the price. Quiet, clean and comfortable!!!

The breakfast provided was a limited continental breakfast of toast, cereal, and coffee. If there was more it was gone before we got there at 7AM. You could do better at a Red Roof. You could hear people talking and running up and down the hallways until late in the night.

I have used this hotel several times for trips to Broken Arrow. It s always clean and the people are friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious compared to many of those out there.

Very nice and very reasonably priced hotel close to dining and shopping of all kinds including drug and grocery stores and even though it was close to an interstate highway there was no noise. The owner or perhaps manager was very helpful with directions to where we wanted to go and especially directions on how to get through Tulsa and on to our next destination. Definitely will stay again when in this area.

I have stayed here multiple times and I keep coming back because the people are nice, the hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable and and the breakfast is good. The wifi is faster than my own at home and even though the hotel is located near the highway, I have yet to notice any traffic noise.

It's your average hotel but no real complaints for my stay. Would expect a little better price for average. They did have small breakfast layout but it was nothing I would say differentiates them from the others.

We've stayed at this BW a number of times and have always been very satisfied with it. The location is ideal for us, and we have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. It is also very quiet, at least on the side not facing the freeway (that side may be quiet as well, but we've never tried it).

This hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good. The rooms were cleaned each day. The location was not easy to locate. There are few restaurants near. Management was helpful and friendly. Lobby is spacious and clean.

The hotel was clean and quiet. It is easily accessible and many restaurants and shopping are nearby. It is also close to the BA Expressway. We stayed in a King Jacuzzi Suite and it was very comfortable and relaxing. The only down-point was that the television was rather small for such a large room. Also, the desk clerk made check-in awkward when going over the rules for the room.

A friendly group of people who go out of their way to insure your stay is satisfactory and always work with you on any and all subjects. I always have a pleasant stay when I visit this hotel and I recommend it to everyone.

Stopped in here on my way to Texas clean friendly and on my motorcycle ,they where great in letting us park bikes under canopy . Easy check in and great breakfast , good restaurants for eating around . The Thia food was great.

I would never stay there again and will never recommend this property. I plan to post pictures and videos of all the stains on pillows and the mattress on all the websites that accept them. This place was disgusting and I was very poorly treated.

Easily accessible to nearby St. John broken arrow hospital where I was having surgery. We stayed there the night before and found the rooms rather small but having all the necessary amenities. It was about $100 per night

We stayed at this location when we were in town for a conference. The breakfast had a few hot and a few cold items, as well as a location for coffee. The female front desk staff was amazing with customer service and friendliness. The only things I'd like to see different: a small snack location or the coffee table to stay open 24 hours, and for a more well equipped fitness center with some free weights and at least one more treadmill.

We had a wonderful stay at this motel. Comfortable bed, quiet and very clean. We have a small service dog and they gave us a room close to a door to easily take her outside. Best Western Kenosha is the only place we will stay while visiting the grandchildren in Broken Arrow

Great basic hotel to stay in for a single night, pretty basic in terms of amenities but if you're just coming in and out of a room and that's all you need this hotel is great. Very friendly staff and a great location in Broken Arrow. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean but the pillows were really useless. The location to the interstate was good. I will recommend this hotel with the reminder that the pillows were not very good. I'll stay there again to see if my input has value. Stay there.

The hotel staff makes you feel welcome. The rooms were clean and fresh. This is a great place/location to stay, the hotel was in an area where I felt safe and local area clean. there was several resturants and stores in walking distance.

To start off the ladies at the front desk are nice and helpful. And there are soap dispensers in the shower so you don't have to use the tiny bottles most hotels give you, that was cool. As for the room though. The cleaning service is a joke. The door knobs were dirty, the bathroom door knob had layers of hair spray and gunk, the mirror had stuff splattered on it like they didn't even clean it, the corners in the bathroom weren't clean, neither were the corners in the main room, and there were a pair of dirty socks on the luggage rack. It looked like they just made the beds and called it a day.

This was a clean, friendly hotel. We had a late check in, although no issues. Our only issue was my own challenge reading the GPS directions for how to get there. We enjoyed the king room. Our check out was effortless.

This was the only hotel in the Broken Arrow/Tulsa area that allowed us to stay since we are only 20 (most require age 21 for check-in). The room was very nice, and it had beautiful details. The breakfast was complimentary, however it made my boyfriend sick for half of our trip! Was worth the price!

Staying here several nights, and I would gladly stay again. It is the prettiest little hotel, updated 3 years ago, and I love the colorful decor, having all rooms on one floor, and the friendly staff. We loved the location... within walking distance of several eating places, salon, and big grocery store. The room had a nice king bed, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, plenty of good lighting, nice desk for our computer, and TV. The free breakfast wasn't just sweet rolls and coffee. There were scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, bagels, waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, milk or almond milk, coffee, regular & herbal teas, fresh fruit, bread/muffins, etc. There was a big TV on the wall that you can watch while you eat. A little fitness room was available, and an outdoor pool (which was not available yet because of the time of year). Very nice and affordable!

Stayed one night passing through. PM and AM service was friendly, however PM desk clerk refused to make coffee for the lobby area- she directed us to make individual cups from our room. Hotel room was clean. TV was adequate with some premium channels, which was nicer than previous hotels on our trip. Breakfast consisted of breads, cereals, juice, egg/cheese omlets, biscuits, sausage links, sausage gravy, and waffles. Good was adequate and appreciated. My only complaint was that the bed was very firm and it hurt my back, if you like a firm mattress then you would have no complaints!

Very friendly check in..The room was immaculate! Very, very nice bed! Mini fridge and microwave, coffee pot..the room was good size and very quiet even though next to a major street. Shopping and dining were all close by. Easy access to Interstate. Everything was very clean. Very nice hot breakfast! Would use it again!

Beds were very comfortable and bathroom has soap, conditioner, and body soap dispensers instead of the little bottles. conveniently located close to the expressway for fast travel and Bass Pro is less than 2 miles away.

Stayed one night had very clean rooms, but a cramped bathroom, fitness center closed at 10 so I was unable to use it. Breakfast was good and the staff were all pleasant and polite the WiFi was good throughout the hotel

We have stayed at this facility several times and have always found the staff friendly and helpful, everything clean and tidy, rooms and beds comfortable, and most of all for us, our room (NOT on the freeway side) to be very quiet.

We came in on Friday October 21 to attend Arabian National's in Tulsa. This hotel was only 15 minutes away. The room was very nice and clean. The young man who checked us in was friendly and quick. He even gave us suggestions as to where to eat. the Bass pro was just down the road. We felt very safe staying at this hotel.

The room that we stayed in was average and was a little rough around the edges in the bathroom. Breakfast was mediocre. However, all staff members were pleasant, helpful and professional. The location is good for broken arrow and when traffic is light only 15 minutes away from the airport or other locations in Tulsa.

Very nice handicapped room. Wonderful roomy shower. Employees very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean. Bed comfortable. Will stay there again. The free breakfast was very good. Close to several nice places to eat. A large grocery store on same street.

The staff is always very courteous and thoughtful, room is very clean. I always had fresh towels daily free WIFI included with my stay. The pool area is very quite and not over run with lots of screaming kids which I like after a long day at work.

Vina and her staff were very helpful. Whatever we had need of , they made sure we had it. The breakfasts were very filling and delicious. The cleaning staff kept our room very clean and made sure we had all of the supplies that we needed. Our stay was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend staying here if passing through the Broken Arrow area.

After leaving Longmont ,CO. earlier that day we made it to Tulsa and needed to stop and get rested for the next days' drive. My found this on the Google map scan of the area.Being Best Western we thought we'd give a try. Very attractive exterior and very nice comfortable room for the money. Clean and well maintained. Got a good nights sleep and quick breakfast before moving on. Great find for us.

I stay in the Tulsa area on a fairly regular basis. I have stayed at this and similar hotels many times. The Kenosha Inn falls in the middle of the local offerings. The staff is always pleasant, the room is always clean and comfortable. The room is not fancy, even though, I always get a Whirlpool Suite. I stay here on often and will continue to do so. The Kenosha Inn is a good choice. The hotel is located right next to a busy highway, but i haven't found noise to be an issue.

Very clean, quiet motel with excellent Wi-fi, good bed, spacious room, everything you need. Did not partake of breakfast as I had brunch plans with friends. Everything about the motel from location to amenities was just wonderful.

Hotel has been remodeled and is kept in excellent condition. The staff is very friendly and attentive to guests needs It was very clean. It is also convenient from the freeway and has access to local restaurants nearby. The pool is not the biggest but we didn't swim so it really didn't matter to us. I highly recommend for business or pleasure to anyone.

This was over the best motel we have ever stayed in. The quality of everything was excellent. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was hot and had many choices. The pool was nice. The price was very reasonable. Located right off the turnpike.

Clean Rooms, Helpful Staff, Great Location. I do no have any complaints against this Hotel, they are very helpful and polite when checking in. The pool was nice and quiet not tons of kids running around so after a long day of work it was nice just to relax.

The Breakfast and room standards were as good as most Best Westerns. However, there was absolutely no information for the TV, close restaurant (go to or delivery) or any information about the near go to having some fun.

Room was clean. Breakfast was dandy. My only issue is the wheelchair accessible room. Everytime I stay at a Best Western, my husband has to lift me in and out of bed. These beds are soooo high, I would have to fly to get up on them. I do not stand at all, and I cannot transfer on to the bed, even with a transfer board. The hotel industry needs to put a chair next to the bed (no handles) and get up there without using their legs. Then MAYBE this would change. Also, the bathroom mirror is too high. I could only see from my nose, up. ACCESSIBLE...NOT. Shower was good, but the shower head should be left low so that I don't have to call for help. It's been 20+ years since the ADA....maybe have people in wheelchairs design these rooms. It sure is hard for me to travel the way these rooms are done. Thanks

My wife and I have stayed at this BW a number of times and have always been completely satisfied with it. The people who manage it are very nice and helpful, as are other staff members, and we've never had a problem with noise (but we always get a room on the non-freeway side). It is tucked away in a somewhat unusual place so may not see as much (people) traffic as other BW motels. The front side has very little car traffic at night.

They have updated the place it seems like. I have visited in the past. And stayed this last week. It was nice and clean and all the employees were nice and friendly and worked with us! It was a good breakfast as well. Lots of food and a variety. I would stay here again, and probably will!

This hotel was everything it said it was. We arrived to great accommodations for our group. We have one lady with disabilities and they put her in a special room to accommodate her better since there are no elevators and put the rest of the group next to her , that was huge plus so we could help her in and out better. The rooms were extremely clean and inviting, plenty of towels, and comfy beds . Waking up to a hot breakfast was also a nice touch, the bisquits and gravy were delicious. I was very pleased with the room and the service we recieved.

I stayed here because of business in the area great place to stay very clean and beds are comfy, staff is always very helpful and even offered me a better room since they did not have any single rooms available. I like the soap dispensers in the shower makes it real convenient if I ever forget my own shampoo and soap. Very clean and quite don't have to worry about noise from the highway or from the street. Right next door to the grocery store so buying food and bringing it back was nice as well, since there is a microwave and fridge in each room.

I stayed the night on 3/19 with my mom just passing through town. I was incredibly impressed with this property. The hotel was very easy to find, and check in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and knowledgable about the property. What amazed me was the cleanliness and the newly remodeled rooms. You could not tell that this building is 20 years old. The front desk person said that they had recently remodeled from the ground up and it looks AMAZING. The rooms were impeccable in design and cleanliness. Anything that you need is available in the room including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and many other amenities. I payed about $80-90 after tax for my room and it was worth every penny. I'm very thankful this property took the time to invest in their rooms and update the property recently. The beds were a little firm for my liking, but you can't please everyone on that. My only dislike was that the shower was a little dark. Thanks for the wonderful night of sleep. This property is doing everything right.

We have stayed here a couple of times while visiting family. Great value 4 star hotel. We will be back! Breakfast eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, etc. Staff is friendly and provides great us Romero service. I definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel is splendid! The exterior and interior are impeccable. The family who operates this hotel are wonderful people who do an excellent job making sure you feel welcomed and answering any questions you might have. The location is a tad hidden which we liked. The location was safe and close to everything we needed. We loved it and had called it perfect because it was. We live in hotels most of the year, and this stay was one of the best.

Very nice motel, really liked the appearance of the room, great location, clean room, well organized, plan to stay here again when I must stay in this area. Very easy to get to, close to eating establishments.

Nice hotel, clean, excellent bedding and room, good internet service. BUT - the breakfast was so bad, that the local health inspector should shut it down (food was inedible and some appeared to be tainted or spoiled). Worst Best Western breakfast I have ever had, ever.

A great location with easy access and parking. Great staff very helpful even offered to hold the door for me to carry my arm load full items into the building. I have stayed there before for work, and I will be definitely stay there again when my work takes me to the Tulsa/Broken Arrow area.

Very clean - most important feature. Good service. Breakfast included. Breakfast is the usual Best Western foods - waffles, fruit, eggs, yogurt, bread etc. Reasonable price.. Plan to return. Wifi included. Outdoor pool. Freeway accessible. Plenty of shopping nearby.

Every year we attend a conference in Broken Arrow and we always stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and well maintained and we always have a really great experience when we stay here.

This is the second time we've stayed at this facility, about 10 nights total. We have found the couple who run it to be helpful and agreeable, particularly the wife. We have selected a room on the non-freeway side both times to avoid having freeway noise, and our room was very quiet on both our stays here (no other noise of note from other guests or sources). Overall, a very good value in our estimation.

No issues at the easy and quick check in, breakfast items were OK. Good location and easy access to and from the motel. Quiet very little noise easy to work as needed. Had no problems and will stay again at this location when working back in the area.

Great place to stay. .Very well manicured location. Friendly and helpful staff. Beds comfortable and rooms very clean. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Good nights sleep as the halls were quiet. Would definitely stay here again

this is a nice place to stay they just need to check everything that needs to be cleaned (coffee maker) and the Frig they could use more info as to who delivers to the rooms and the surrounding places and thing to do and update TV guide will not hurt either since the one we had was two months old

We needed someplace to stay that was not a budget buster, but not a cheap dive either. This was just right. Nice neighborhood, near the Rose Arts district In Broken Arrow and good food nearby. They honored our request for a ground floor room.

Excellent everything..Very pleased with our stay. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The breakfast was very good. The only issue we had was that the fitness room equipment only had one unit working..

Newly remodeled with a freindly staff in a good location. Outside pool area was nice. The rooms were clean with newer furnishings. I enojyed the stay and will return next time in the Broken Arrow area overnight.

This hotel is great we interacted with all the staff while staying there. They could not have been nicer or compitant. The room was great it was clean as was the hotel. I could not recomment a hotel any better than this.
