    « Nice stay »

This was a nice place to stay. Rooms were clean, though outdated. The wifi was too slow to use and room was a little too warm, but overall the experience wasn't bad. Staff was very friendly and helpful and location is great.

    « Cold "hot tub" »

We've stayed here in the past and continue to come back. However, we will no longer be staying here. The "hot" tub was colder than the pool all three nights we stayed. The thermometer said 88 degrees. We notified the front desk and they indicated that others had already complained. They didn't seem too concerned and didn't offer any discount or apology.

« Good Bargin and nice Motel »

Everything was clean, fresh, and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good and staff kept up with demand. Didn't use pool but it looked very clean and was inside. Like the location away from the busy strip.

« Music Capital Inn Branson, Mo. »

When in Branson, Missouri this is the place to stay! The management team (Sue and Stephen) at this hotel brings their "A" game, and their staff members are incredibly skilled at their craft. They are friendly, efficient and professional-that spells success for the hotel and an excellent stay experience for the hotel's guests. Absolutely a pleasure staying at the Music Capital Inn in Branson, Missouri.

    3
    « Quiet location »

We had a king room on the 4th floor which was very quiet. There is only one elevator and occasionally we had to wait a few min at busy times. All the rooms have interior entrance. Our room was very roomy with generous floor space. The complimentary breakfast included pancakes and waffles, both bacon and sausage and biscuits and gravy. The front desk staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to take care of our group. For those of you familiar with Branson, the motel is straight across from Shoji and a couple of buildings from Pierce Arrow. The very popular Grandma Ruth's cinnamon rolls are about 1/2 block away. It is relatively easy to pull out and make a left turn. Would definitely consider returning there. Only reason I didn't give it more stars was the mattress and pillows weee too soft for my liking but I was so tired, I slept well anyway.

    « A Great Place To Stay! »

We stayed at the Music Capital Inn several days. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff friendly and caring. The complimentary breakfast is hot, varied and tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Music Capital Inn

    5
    « Excellant »

The staff was very helpful. It has a great saltwater indoor pool. We stayed on the 3rd floor. The wait for the elevator was generally speedy. This was the quietest hotel we ever stayed in. Has good Wi-Fi and cable television. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, eggs, bacon, sausage plus all other breakfast foods.

    4
« good place to stay »

my only suggestion is to replace the deck chairs with swivel rolling chairs.. there is not much room where the desk is located. the wooden chairs do not slide around and made it very difficult to position the chairs for getting up & down by the desk.

« Nice Place to Stay »

Staff is friendly. Good service. Nice pool, hot tub and hot breakfast. Located close to everything in Branson. Kids had great time, although our stay was short. Clean rooms and lobby. Everything was nice.

    2
« Room smelled of Urine »

Room smelled of Urine. Hot tub was not clean and was not hot enough. There was scum and hair all in the hot tub. Breakfast was pretty good. The hotel itself was ok too. Lobby was really clean and nice. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Located off the main strip where it is less crowded and quiet.

    « Good location - reasonable value »

This was my first stay at the BW Music Capital Inn. It is conveniently located on Shepherd of the Hills Expressway just across from Shoji Tabuchi's Theater. It is an older property but has been reasonably well maintained. Rooms were spacious and furnished with coffee makers, refrigerators, and microwaves. The bedding was reasonably comfortable but could use an upgrade. The shower/tub unit looked to have been recently upgraded and was nice. There was a separate vanity / dressing area outside the bathroom proper which proved very convenient for two occupants getting dressed simultaneously. There were lots of usable mirrors; and there were lots of electrical outlets to accommodate the recharging demands of our smart phones and tablets. There was one maintenance issue in our room (315) which I think justifies management's immediate attention. The electrical outlet for the bathroom vanity is badly in need of replacement. The plugs of our electrical devices (hair dryer and curling irons) fit so loosely into the outlet that their constant movement kept tripping the GFI breaker in the plug. This plug was virtually unusable and could represent both an electrical shock and/or fire hazard for future occupants. The free breakfast was good with many hot options including eggs, sausage, waffles, and pancakes. Service was good and overall the hotel was quiet and comfortable. I would certainly consider another stay here.

    « Really nice! »

My hubby and I are in the middle of our stay here and couldn't be more pleased. Great location...away from the busiest areas but you just drive around the corner and you are back in the middle of it all. Clean, spacious room and a very nice indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Many times, indoor pools are cold and barely usable. Not this one! It's just the right temp to enjoy! Breakfast is good...an average hot breakfast in a hotel. We ordered all of our show tickets through the concierge, Dee, right after we made our reservation. She is great and all of our show tickets were here waiting in us when we checked in. Definitely the way to go! She secured us great seats at all the shows and was a pleasure to work with. It costs no more to use Dee and is so worth it! We got a room upgrade to a king suite upon arrival and was a little nervous when we found out that it backed up to the elevator. However, it ended up not being a problem at all. Our room is quiet and very comfortable. We have a favorite B&B we like to stay at here in Branson, but they were full up so we sought out a hotel option this trip. Glad we found this Best Western. It's a great place to stay in Branson.

    « Nice hotel-great location »

This property is likely located just off the strip on Shepherd of the Hills Expressway. It is convenient to most everything in Branson via the alternate routes. Our room was clean and spacious and we loved having a sink separate from the toilet/tub area. Breakfast was not exceptional but was OK. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. It's nice to be able to buy show tickets there.

« Nice accomodations, fair price »

Got into town very late to find my usual hotel chain all booked up. Selected this hotel from other possible alternatives based on its neat, attractive appearance. Clerk was helpful and efficient in checking me in. Room was clean, quite and comfortable. Free high-speed internet was bonus. Breakfast bar was the typical you-get-what-you-pay-for reconstituted scrambled eggs & sausage Coffee was excellent, however, and there was a nice variety of juices.

senior group trip. Everything was excellent. All staff very friendly. Would definitely take my group back in the future. Rooms very clean - breakfast and kitchen staff - excellent. Good check in and checkout

    « Awful »

The whole hotel was filthy. The sheets had cheese or something on them when we first arrived, the toilet was clogged. Their breakfast was at another location and it wasn't great. The stafd was friendly enough but over priced for what it was.

    « Satisfied Customer »

The stay at this hotel was much better than I expected. Room was clean and comfortable and they have hot and cold breakfast, not just pastries. Although we only stayed one night, the experience was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

« Really Enjoyed our Stay! »

The location of this hotel is wonderful. You are so close to everything! My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and he commented over and over again how nice it was to be within just a few minutes of just about everything we wanted to do. We got the king suite with the two-person jetted tub. Luxury! The water even stayed nice and warm the entire time the tub is on. Breakfast every morning was really nice. They have a full-time person keeping everything stocked and putting out fresh biscuits, keeping the milk full, juices stocked, etc. It was pretty crowded, so some mornings I just took the food back upstairs with me, and other mornings I found room to sit and enjoy in the dining area. Our room was clean and well-stocked each day. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The staff was so friendly - even the maintenance guys stopped to joke around with us. We would stay here again for sure. We do wish the rooms were a little brighter -- even with all the lights on it was still rather dim to me. A smaller item on our wish list would be a vent fan in the bathroom.

    5
    « Excellent Hotel »

We stayed at the Best Western with our church group. We had 21 in our group and not one complaint. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet, and everyone rested well. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The best thing about this hotel is the hotel staff. All were friendly and service-oriented. We will definitely stay there again.

« Last night of two week trip »

Music Capital Inn is always our first choice when we stay in Branson. ALWAYS clean, comfortable, friendly, good value. Staff from front desk, breakfast, house keeping, maintenance is tops. Convenient location to shows and local attractions

    « Bugs »

I am a charter bus driver brought a group here the first morning I woke up with big welps on my arms. I had been bitten by something in room 213. I did go to the front desk and reported and showed them what had happened. Yes they moved me just to the room next door and told me that they was going to have the exterminator come and spray the room. And that no one would be staying in that room. Which was a lie. When I got back to my room that night there was someone in that room. They did comp my group for my room for two day but that was not doing anything for me the person that got bit. Did not check on me or offer any first aid nor a I am sorry that happened. Not to mention the next night the fire alarm was going off at 11 pm. I really am disgusted about the way they handled all of this. For the four days I was there and working I had to deal with the 9 bits I had received staying here. It is hard for a person to work or to rest well at this hotel please think twice before staying at any of their hotels.

« Clean rooms, Good Breakfast, Excellent customer service! »

Came in with a College Volleyball Team had several rooms. All rooms were clean, with comfortable beds but the service and breakfast were outstanding. This hotel goes out of its way to make you feel at home. Little touches such as the sugar scrub and the hotel's staff asking about our tournament make this place special! Would highly recommend.

    5
« awesome place to stay »

Love this hotel, personnel is very attentive and helpful other than the gal in the breakfast area who was more focused on talking with front desk personnel than doing her job this place is a wonderful place to stay . Beds are comfortable, rooms clean just awesome !!

    4
« Nice hotel with friendly staff »

This hotel is nicely done, the bathrooms are updated, the rooms include a frig and a coffeemaker and the beds and pillows are comfy. Everything seemed clean and fresh. The breakfast is good; scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and a full complement of the usual rolls and cereal and yogurt. There is coffee available all day in the lobby. What really stands out about this hotel is the friendliness of every person I encountered. The desk clerks, the lady keeping the breakfast area stocked, the concierge that helped me with questions about attractions; every one of them was extra pleasant and helpful. We would stay here again.

    3
    « They tried »

Older hotel that doesn't offer as many king rooms as the newer hotel chains. Not directly on the "strip" so driving is a must. The staff is super friendly and try their best to make your stay enjoyable. Free breakfast, always plentiful, hostess would leave the door unlocked for late people while she cleaned up so you could still grab a bite.

« Stay in Branson, Missouri »

We only had one night to stay in Branson, Missouri but our experience at the Best Western Music Capital Inn was exceptional. Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping, lady in the souvenir shop was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and neat and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna too. This Inn makes a guest feel like "family" and we are hoping to return to Branson again and will certainly pick the Best Western the next time too.

    4
« Best Western in Branson MO »

Nice facility but some personnel issues regarding restocking of supplies during multi night stays. Discussed with counter staff and will remedy them. This BW has a good breakfast, very nice lobby area, updated rooms and a great management staff. Some of the housekeepers may need some remedial training on being thorough and having the room ready for the guest each day.

« Brief stay in branson »

entered late fri evening around 9pm. We loved the pool being open unitl 12am! We did not have a shower curtain. so that was a little inconvenient. Room was not cleaned Saturday at all. one thing i would reccommend is if you have 5 guests the room should be set for 5 guest i.e. towels shampoo etc. but we visited the desk and were provided extras as needed. Breakfast was fabulous and even had gluten free and dairy free options for our family to share. Overall it was a great stay!

    5
« Perfect Location in Branson »

Located just off the main drag . . . Close to theaters and museums but not down in the heart of the heavy traffic. The owners/managers seem committed to excellent service. The room was updated, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The breakfast was a full offering with an ample variety of hot and cold foods.

    5
« An ideal hotel stay »

Best Western Music Capital Inn in Branson was just about an ideal stay. The staff was very friendly, the hotel and rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, and the location is about perfect for getting anywhere.

    « Branson Stay »

This Best Western was a great stay. It is not on the main strip but very accessible to all the main attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had about the town. the ladies in the gift shop were helpful with booking shows in the area. We would certainly stay here again.

    4
    « EXCEPTIONAL Service »

We came to Branson thinking we had reservations at LOTO. When we arrived there, they did not have the rooms we needed. I had to scramble, searched for the room types we needed and made the call. Best Western answered the phone saying they were going to exceed my expectations, and they did. He was able to get us the rooms we needed, made check in a breeze and turned a stressful scramble into a positive experience. The rooms hotel was a little dated, but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and the kids LOVED the breakfast.

    5
« Great place to stay! »

This is a great place to stay with the family. They have a great breakfast, nice clean rooms, and a great pool and hot tub. Easy access to all the shows and restaurant. They also have show tickets available at discount prices. We always love staying here!

« Fun at Branson, MO »

We had a delightful stay in Branson, Missouri, made all the better by our choice of the Best Western Music Capital Inn. Besides ultra clean rooms, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast choices, and reliable Internet, the Best Western Music Capital Inn was in an ideal location. We were close to all important venues without being right in the middle of the high traffic area. Restaurants and theaters were within five or ten minutes. Be sure to check out the Haygoods performance nearby. Perfect Branson entertainment for the entire family.

    3
« Solo Stay in Branson »

As a whole, the staff at the Best Western in Branson was very nice. Tiffany in Housekeeping is a true gem. This hotel is fortunate to have her. Brandon at the front desk was the least helpful and least friendly. His appearance was unkempt and detracts from the brand. This hotel is centrally located to most attractions.

    4
« Great people, comfortable hotel, good place to stay »

The front desk folks at this hotel is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The team was very flexible as I had to change my stay plans multiple times but we got it all worked out and things went very good. The location is very good and the stay quite comfortable. I loved seeing the many families that were there during our stay. Very nice.

« THE BEST IN BRANSON »

We had a great stay at Music Capital Inn this week and have more scheduled for later this year during festival season at Silver Dollar City. Anna Lee got us front row seats to the Patsy Cline & Friends tribute show. Brenda got us checked in with no delay as we arrived a little later than planned. Everything at the Inn is clean and comfortable from the rooms to the lobby. Although we didn't have time to use the pool and the hot tub this time, they looked very inviting. The continental breakfast is great with a good selection to choose from. The waffle makers are always popular and very busy. There is always fresh cool refreshments available in the lobby. The rooms are quiet and you are not bothered by outside noises or traffic going by all night. The Inn is just a wonderful and relaxing place to spend your time after a full day of seeing Branson.

    4
« Great Place to Stay »

This is probably one of the cleanest and nicest places to stay while in Branson. It is located on the north side of the loop and away from the Strip. This is nice as you do not have so much traffic to deal with when you stay on the Strip. The pool is clean and warm for an indoor pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Showers were hot and the a/c was cool. The only thing I would change about this is the continental breakfast that they serve. They need more of a variety on hot food items.

    5
    « Volleyball Tournament »

We reserved and stayed for a volleyball tournament and had a great stay will be staying again. the pool was great and the staff very friendly. the beds and rooms were clean and comfortable. Our rate as a group was reasonable. I ended up staying another night and the rate was just about the same. Great place to stay.

    5
« One of the best places to stay in Branson »

we have stayed here on more than one occasion, and never had any problems. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. A wonderful breakfast and great rooms. Our favorite part by far is the saltwater pool and hot tub! I would recommend this place to anyone and we definitely stay here next time we are in town!

    « Branson Retreat »

We visited this property in August of 2016 and will be back! The staff was friendly and helpful and always ready to go the extra mile for us. It was the perfect location to be in the middle of all the Branson fun and restaurants. The breakfast bar was delicious. the property was so clean, modern and welcoming. The Manager did everything she could to make sure our visit was a memorable one. My wife and I would highly recommend this facility for a familty reunion, couples retreat or a girls outing. The gift shop is well maintained and was terrrific for booking all our entertainment needs. We would highly recommend visiting this property on your next Branson visit.

« Pretty good amenities but uncomfortable beds. »

Stayed here 3 times this year and all 3 rooms had horrible beds. Each night I woke up with pain in my legs and back. I do not have this problem when I stay at other hotels or at home. Chairs in rooms are also not comfortable to sit in to read a book.

    5
    « Girls outing »

We had an amazing visit at this facilty. Staff amazing, friendly and helpful especially Dee in the gift shop. She always heads us to just the right shows with great seats. The manager, Sue, has a can do attitude that is rare to find. She helped a bus unload their luggage when the bus arrived at an unexpected time. I would highly recommend this facility when you come to stay in Branson. I know I will be visiting again!!

    5
    « Branson Experince »

Excellent location and facility - definitely pleased we picked this over other local properties. Had some minor issues that were immediately addressed more than satisfactorily. Very busy weekend (car cruise we did not know about when booking) but they handled the crowd with ease. Easy to get around the area from this site - bedding and room was very nice.

    « We'll run hotel »

The staff at the Best Western Music Capital Inn treated us with genuine care and kindness from the first contact to our departure. Considering this hotel has been around for quite sometime, the accommodations were well maintained and clean. The people that run and support this hotel truly care about their visitors, and it shows in their actions and attitudes. We will be happy to stay here on our next trip to Branson MO.

    5
    « BEST of Best!!! »

Our daughter booked us a room here for a vacation - undoubtedly the BEST in Branson - in EVERY respect. She was so nervous because she wanted the tree day to be SO SPECIAL for us! AND IT WAS right from check-in to check out! The night clerk was so wonderful. We felt right at home from the moment we entered the motel! EVERYTHING is so CLEAN. EVERYONE is FRIENDLY!!! Room was IMMACULATE! Full breakfast DELICIOUS!!!if you're going to Branson - definitely book THIS Best Western!!!

    5
    « Great Stay! »

Great location close to the strip but away from the chaos of the main street through Branson. After a quick check-in, we took a look at our room (4th floor facing east) and were very pleased. Nice sized room, cold air conditioning and surprisingly very, VERY quiet. The hotel was totally booked (from what I overheard the desk clerk telling some drop-in guests) and there were cars everywhere, but didn't hear one peep from anyone else inside our room. I was happy to find 2 sinks and 2 counters by the bathroom, since it can get quiet cramped in one bathroom with 2 girls! Beds were comfortable, pillows fluffy, smooth sheets...slept great! Breakfast was INCREDIBLE and better than any other hotel I've stayed at: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, variety of breads (English muffins, white/wheat bread, bagels) donuts, waffle maker, pancake maker, juices, coffee, milks, cereal...if you couldn't find something to eat, I don't know what to say! The pool, hot tub and sauna were great, and surprisingly salt water! Our last full day of the stay they had treated the spa/hot tub with some chemical that burned our eyes, noses and throats and we couldn't bear to stay in the bubbles more than a few minutes, but each day we had the pool to ourselves for several hours in the middle of the afternoon. Can't complain about that! Housekeeping was prompt on the morning we were checking out and already wanted in the room by 9am before we had even packed and checked out, which was a little annoying, but it wasn't anything to complain about or make us rethink staying at the location again. Check-out took about 3 minutes and the desk staff was more than friendly and accommodating! Keep up the fine work Best Western Music Capital Inn!

    « The best »

Great pool and hot tub game room for the kids, great breakfast, the best location of all, the best help on your shows and tickets, easy to find everything from this best western and right on the street with everything, but a little away that your not smack in the middle of all the traffic

    5
    « I would absolutely come again »

This hotel was great from beginning to end. The staff, breakfast, pool and game room. Had an awesome time. The room was super clean and I love the gift shop. I will be back and I will stay here again.

    « Best Western »

It was a great stay! We were there for two days and the staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. They made suggestions on places to eat that were great and times to leave. We had an issue in the room with the tub not draining and I contacted the front desk very late and told them. They had it fixed the next day by the time we returned. The breakfast is great and you do not walk away hungry.

    5
    « The best »

I always stay at this best western in Branson, the best location for everything and the people working are so helpful with getting tickets and advice on the shows. The pool and hot tub are the best, we always get the room next to the pool for the kids. Breakfast is good.

« no wheelchair access and bad breakfast »

When we booked this hotel, we specified we "NEEDED" a room with a wheelchair accessible bathroom. We arrive to find out we dont' have a room like we were told we would get. My 17 yr old son had to "crawl" to the toilet every time he had to use the restroom. Very sad and humiliating for him.

    5
    « Location »

Great place to stay and out of the major traffic on Highway 76. Breakfast is awesome with a variety. Rooms are clean and the entrance is warm and inviting. The televisions are large enough that you can watch from anywhere in the room, unlike the little small ones found at most other places.

    4
    « Decent Place »

This was a good place to stay. I had no problems. The manager and workers were really nice. The breakfast was decent. My only wish is that it was more modern. The doors and carpets need to change. It looks a bit old.

    5
« Great Value for Families »

We chose this hotel on the recommendation of family members who have stayed here on multiple occasions. I can't say one bad thing about it. The hotel was clean and the staff is super friendly. The free breakfast is a plus and offers a good variety. Our boys (ages 9 and 4) loved the pool. Ms. Anna Lee and Ms. Dee in the gift shop were very helpful in booking shows. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to Branson. It's an excellent value!

    4
« Great place to stay in Branson! »

Great stay! Room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was great! Two vanity areas and a good sized bathtub. Staff was friendly, helpful and informative. We didn't try the free breakfast but it was available from 6:30-9:30 am. Location was good, not in the busiest area but still very close to attractions and shows. The Shoji Theatre is directly across the street.

    4
    « Friendly! »

Read the whole post?? I will start with the few issues we didn't care for, the dirty bedspread, which we just through on the floor in the corner, our bathroom door was ill fitting, not a fun thing and the 1st floor, by the pool area, smelled terribly of smoke, yuck! Now, with that being said, the staff was just delightful, especially the front desk staff and so ready to help with any question I had, the room itself was okay, our beds, sheets and pillows, were clean and quite comfortable. Downstairs, on the first floor, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and it was nicely stocked with clean towels. The laundry room was clean and came in handy after the soaking from rain and water rides that day. The breakfast area was clean, the attendant was pleasant and the breakfast was quite impressive for an inclusive one. We had waffles, cereals, eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, bacon, fruit, muffins, etc, quite a variety. The ticket person in the gift shop was super nice and answered all my questions regarding shows and sights around town. I will recommend this hotel to anyone, and would stay again.

    « Great family hotel! »

Found this hotel online and it had great reviews but booked with the front desk. Staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival and during our stay. Even noticed we weren't in the best location so changes our room. Room was clean and comfortable. It had all the conveniences you would need which was nice since we were there for five nights. It was also a quiet hotel, we never heard much noise but we were on the forth floor. The hotel does have an indoor pool, gift shop and arcade which were all added bonuses to our stay. The breakfast was wonderful...eggs, sausage, ham, bacon one day, biscuits and gravy, pancakes and waffles. Also, donuts or muffins, toast, bagels, juices and much more. The staff always kept it stocked and were all so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was busy at times but it moved quickly and we always had a place to sit and eat either in dinning area or lobby. Housekeeping kept our rooms clean and stocked with towels. We loved the location too. We were close to everything but not in all the traffic. We were able to get to everything through back roads instead of in the middle of 76. Definitely glad we found this hotel and will stay here again when we return.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels, but this is the best ever. I had car trouble and the hotel manager went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. Recommended the right place for repairs, followed me there and gave me a ride back when repairs complete. I will definitely stay there on my next to Branson.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Our room was clean and very large. The service was great. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They had a very nice continental breakfast every morning. They could have used more seating in breakfast area. We would definitely stay here again.

    « Was pretty good! »

We stayed here for a total of 4 nights. We liked location as we come to Branson several times a year but hadn't stayed here before and since we were staying several days we decided to stay off the strip. I called to confirm reservation as I booked off a booking site and everything was as stated and we even got to check in earlier than 3 by about 45 minutes which I was thankful for since we'd been in vehicle with 3 kids under 8 for 3 hours! The lady at check in was very nice she was a older lady didn't catch her name. Sad to say we took full advantage of being on vacation and never did make it down for Breakfast so I cannot comment on that although that was one of the main reasons I picked this hotel so we didn't have to pay for breakfast out everyday! The beds/pillows were ok still my neck and back hurt every morning the sheets were very soft which I loved!! We were on the 3rd floor a couple rooms down from elevator. We never had a problem with the elevator or even hearing other people it was a very quiet hotel for being so full. The pool was very well maintained and we enjoyed it all to ourselves the 1st day we arrived. Our room was clean and the housekeepers came in everyday and made beds and gave us fresh towels which I appreciated because we've stayed elsewhere for more than 1 day and had to ask for housekeeping which is annoying! We did like this hotel and would recommend to others.

« Great Place to stay OFF of thee strip, but CLOSE to the ACTION! »

I wanted a hotel that was clean, comfortable, and convenient, and I got just that!! We reserved two adjoining rooms on the to floor and were very pleased with our rooms. They were quiet, had great water pressure, and were clean! The beds were comfortable....I didn't wake up with a sore back. Our encounters with staff members were friendly and welcoming. I will stay there again!

Great location for Branson events. Helpful staff for tickets and suggestions, as well as directions. Nice pool that the kids enjoyed. Great value with kids free. Given a room with a tub side grab bar, and this was very helpful.

    « Excellent! »

Received a substantial discount for our youth group. Met by GM Sue who took time from her busy schedule to welcome us and answer all our questions. Staff was friendly, well informed, polite and very professional. Rooms were clean and inviting with all the usual amenities. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Great location away from the busy strip and accessible to the attractions we were interested in.

    « Great Location »

This hotel had a really good location to get to any venue in Branson, MO without running into a lot of traffic. The hotel was clean, with comfortable beds. Breakfast was okay probably not the best we have ever had. They ran out of most everything and there wasn't the best selection.

    « Just As Good »

It had been a few years since we had stayed here, but it was as good as I remember. It is a great location and the best staff around. Everyone from the check-in desk to the maintenance man was so friendly. They all had a smile and a warm greeting no matter where you encountered them. The room was clean and comfortable. They have an excellent breakfast and the ladies are constantly making sure you have what you want. They can help you with any tickets you need and make sure you have the best seats available. It is the place I will stay when returning to the area.

    « Pretty good »

We stayed at this hotel with a group because we were in town for an event. They gave our group a significant discount off their normal rate. I had waited til the last day to book our room and all the rooms they had blocked off for our group were taken. But they didn't even hesitate to add a room to the block for us and give us the group discount. I really appreciated that. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom is very small - the door is about a half inch from hitting the toilet when it opens and I think you could actually sit on the toilet and wash your hands at the same time...if you so desired. Lol. On the plus side - there was a small area outside the bathroom with a counter, sink, mirrors and hair dryer. So if someone is in the bathroom a woman can still get ready! :) Another plus I appreciated was the hair dryer had a night light on it with a dimmer so you could choose how bright you want it. My kids always need something and usually we have to leave a bathroom light on for them. FYI, the shower does NOT have a high enough shower head for tall people. But it is a nice shower head with different settings. The pool and jacuzzi are wonderful! It's indoors, large and very well maintained. The breakfast is just like most. They did at least have sausage with their eggs and biscuits/gravy. Plus all the other usuals: cereal, toast, donuts, waffles, fruit, etc. The elevators were a bit slow but not so bad we got frustrated. It's a big hotel so I guess it's expected to have to wait a bit. To sum up - we liked this hotel and would definitely stay here if we are with a group and get the discount. But I don't think it's worth their normal rate. There are other hotels in Branson that are much fancier for about the same price.

    « Convenient location »

The location was great for our trip. We did not want to be on the strip and deal with the traffic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. It was a bit hot in the room when we checked in and the AC was missing one of the knobs to adjust the temperature. We were able to change out the knob with another one on the unit and after several hours the room cooled off. The bathroom had a long vanity. It also had another sink and small vanity area just outside the bathroom. Works well for several people to get dressed at the same time. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Lobby had fruit infused water. Nice touch.

We came here to meet up with my sister and her family from Minnesota. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The gift shop they have is awesome. The breakfast was very good and all the people that work here very pleasant, helpful and so courteous. The room was clean and nice. We all enjoyed our stay there.

« Best Western, Branson, MO »

Very clean hotel with polite and professional staff. I preferred this site because it is not located directly on Hwy 76 which becomes extremely congested with traffic. However, it is just a few blocks off Hwy 76 and allows you easy access to numerous activities.

« Nice Hotel and good staff »

It's been a few years since I stayed at this hotel. Our room had a slightly musty smell to it, but I had some freshening spray with me which seemed to take care of it. The beds are comfortable, towels are plush and you have very hot water with good pressure in the shower. The breakfast in the morning is pretty good with a nice variety (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, toast, etc). It's easy to get in and out of this hotel since it is on Shepherd of the Hills Expressway instead of on highway 76.

« Excellent staff great place to stay »

This is good place to stay . Close to the attractions but not in the craziness that is 76. Good breakfast. attentive staff. Would recommend this to anyone coming down to Branson . Indoor pool came in handy since we had a rainy weekend

    « Old dated hotel »

Book by phone should have looked at it .It is located next to a run down deserted hotel. It will probably be next. The room was dated ,the staff were there standing around. The internet would not work. The room was next to elevator ,very moist . I would never stay there again.

« Great staff and the best breakfast in town »

The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly, had a wonderful breakfast in the morning, and the pool was a salt water pool. So we had great sleep, happy people to deal with, a full belly, and we didnt smell like chlorine when we were done swimming. I would stay here any day,

    « Great Stay-Perfect Location »

Arrived in town late and took a chance. They only had a couple of rooms available and the lady at the front desk suggested the top floor due to having several youth groups booked (softball, dance, baseball). The top floor was very quiet and we were able to enjoy a good nights sleep. They have a great breakfast-pretty much anything you would want from cereal both hot and cold, to waffles, or biscuits, eggs and sausage/bacon, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc. Enjoyed the indoor pool. It's within walking distance to several shows and restaurants.

    « Great concierge service! »

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. We took advantage of the concierge to get us 2 day passes to Silver Dollar City and she gave us print offs of all available shows during our stay! She was very accommodating-no sales pitch to buy tickets! We also liked the dual vanities in the room-nice for a family of 5. Breakfast was good--coffee was great& piping hot!

    « good location »

The location was very good. It was easy to get to all attraction in branson from here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about all the shows and the best routs to drive to get there. Indoor pool was nice. Hot tub could have been a little warmer. The only real problem i had was the A/C did not keep the room cool enough for our family. It was hot outside and the temp in the room would not get below 75 until the very early am hours.

« Average hotel with some strange features »

This hotel had bIg public areas. We had a large room with a small bathroom but we also had a sink outside the bathroom which was useful. There was nice music theming throughout the hotel. The shower was efficient. The electric sockets did not work in or just out of bathroom which was annoying as we had several things that needed charging. The bed sheets were turned back in an odd way and sheets were very crumpled so that they looked unchanged. Pillows were small, flat and too soft.

    « Great location! »

Very comfortable room & nice selection at breakfast. Staff super friendly. Loved the location - quick access to all the shows, but still enough off the beaten path to be a quiet, restful stay. Room attendant was very attentive. Lovely "gift" of hand scrub daily - nice touch! Would definitely stay again!

    « Not what I expected »

After reading the reviews and seeing the high rating I was excited to reserve rooms at the Best Western Music Capital. But, with a toilet that moved (a lot) every time you used it & the requirement to get a key to the fitness center...the ONLY KEY--- you could say I was greatly disappointed for the price per night. Our room was above the breakfast area & at 6:00 or 6:30am we could hear people pulling out their chairs across the tile floor constantly. (Sounded like someone moving furniture for 2+hours)....not my favorite place to stay.

Nice indoor swimming pool, good hot breakfast, good and clean rooms in a good location if you have a car.we had a problem with the room keys needing reprogramming, they seem to be affected by being next to Mobil phones if stored in the pocket. Only 1 small lift for the higher floors.

« My Go To Motel »

Best Western Motels are my "Go To" Motel when traveling. When I am in the Branson Area Best Western Music City is the first I call. When traveling I need a handicap room with roll-in shower. This eliminates many motels, but Best Western Properties always have such a room. I only choose another motel if a Best Western is not in the area or if the requisite room is not available.

« One of the better hotels in Branson »

The wife and I took our kids on their first trip to Branson. She and I had stayed here 12 years ago while we were dating, and knew it was a good property. The room was really nice, the kids loved the pool, game room, and breakfast area. The wife (who's like a bloodhound) said it smelled like stale smoke, but I just thought it was because the "ashtrays" were just outside the corridor entrance. I like being off the 76 hwy strip, less traffic/hectic. I do want to applaud the staff. My wife slipped in the parking lot on a little rock and twisted her ankle, and they went out of their way by getting me some bags for ice and going down to housekeeping to get her and extra pillow to put under her foot. The property could use some updating in the hallways and other areas though, loved the updated room and bathroom in the room. But from driving around Branson and seeing the business, attractions, and motels/hotels that have closed, money is probably at a premium right now.

We always stay at this hotel when we go to Branson, but you need to make reservations early because lots of people uses the hotel and it books us fast. I would highly recommend it. We like the breakfast especially, they serve one of the best breakfast we have found in motels. They also are very helpful on helping you find shows and get tickets, including moves.

« Great value, clean, and friendly staff! »

Everything was ready for me when I got there, which I loved. The hotel works with a service where my tickets were purchased in advance. They even gave me a cute bag. If you want a kind room, make sure to specify that because they go quickly. The double queens are still a great size for a couple. We used the extra bed to lay our suitcases; haha. The rooms were very clean! The staff was super friendly! I also really enjoyed what I consider a deluxe free breakfast. The hotel does have a small indoor pool and large hot tub. There is also a 4-6 person sauna. I do wish the sauna benches were more finished than they are because the seats are more like benches and not covered at the front. It was a little unnerving. The pool and hot tub were very clean, but there did seem to be a good deal of chlorine in the hot tub. There were a lot of families at the hotel. Overall, wonderful experience! I would stay there again. Great location too.

We had a great stay at this location. Brenda, at the front desk was extremely helpful even though she was very busy. The housekeeping staff were all friendly and prompt. We stayed there for 4 days. The room and the whole hotel was spotless. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a nice gift shop that also was very knowledgeable in the shows and helped us pick shows to see. Then they made the reservations. Breakfast was good. The hotel is located close to shows and restaurants. We forgot a bag in the room and Sue contacted us to let us know. I asked her to ship it to us. She took it to the shipper. The shipper called us to let us know the ridiculous charges. I told them we would come back to the hotel and pick it up. While we was driving back, Sue went back to the shipper and got the bag. We tried to give her a tip for her effort but she would not accept it. We will stay there when we go back to Branson and would recommend anybody to stay there. A great place to stay.

« Great hotel, housekeeping issue »

I've stayed here several times now. The hotel is clean, the rates are decent and the location is good. Last month and this month, I did have a problem with the housekeeping. At 9 a.m., they left a basket and note saying since we had the Do Not Disturb sign up that we missed cleaning. I opened the door and said that I still wanted my room cleaned. We went down to breakfast with our signs still up, since were were not ready to leave for the day yet. 20 minutes later, we go up and she's in the room cleaning. I was a bit annoyed, since we weren't done in the room and my stuff was laying out still. I did talk to the front desk and they said that this wasn't supposed to happen. That they are supposed to clean all day. They are also never supposed to go into rooms when the Do Not Disturb sign is up. Hopefully we will not have any trouble if we come back. Again, this is the only downside of our last 2 trips. Altogether, it's a nice hotel.

« Very good for the price »

The staff was the best I have seen anywhere they gave our king room up to a handicap person it's was the only handicap they had left and put us in a double queen room but they more then made up for it with a free meal and just being very nice to us we like to go to Branson a lot and like to stay somewhere different ever time but after this stay we may have to come stay hear again. The staff mahes all the difference

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Branson area.

« Decent But Older Property »

Recently spent 2 nights here. I guess I expected a bit more what with the great reviews this place has received. It's certainly a decent property but even with the "refurbishing" you can see some of the age. We had no problems during our stay staff all seemed quite nice. Breakfast was the usual dried scrambled eggs, biscuits and canned thick gravy and sausage patties. And don't forget the canned fruit cocktail. The location is OK on the "Red Route" and there are plenty of eating choices nearby. This was my first visit to Branson and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. It was very quiet when we visited but there sure are a lot of older folks wandering about. Anyway, there are so many accommodation choices, now that I've been there, I'd shop around a bit more and think I could come up with something a bit cheaper and just as nice.

    « Not great »

Our room was located behind the elevator, with the headboard on that wall. Needless to say we could hear it all night. Also the toilet up above us was extremely loud. It sounded like there was a flood coming through, also at the headboard. Bed was hard and lumpy, with no cushioning. Woke up every day hurting all over.

    « Average hotel »

While in Branson, my husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. My favorite thing about the hotel was the location. I liked that it wasn't on the main strip but still extremely convenient. From the reviews and also since this was priced a little higher than some of the other similar hotels in the area, I really expected a little more. But, all in all it was decent. You can tell the bathrooms are older with recent updates. The granite counter tops were a nice addition. I thought the bedspreads were a little worn....pilly, one had some strings hanging off it, just a little worn. Certainly not a deal breaker. But I think little details make a big difference. I admit I'm pretty picky. When someone used water (or maybe flushed a toilet?), assuming above our room, it was pretty loud and noticeable. I was surprised by that. Also, the mini refrigerator made quite a bit of noise off and on as well. Husband noticed that through the nights. The room was clean, so I appreciated that. So, in my opinion, this was an average hotel. Nothing awful or bad, but also nothing that really makes it stand out to me. Next time in Branson, I'll probably try something different.

    « Not impressed »

Although the pictures look fancy and the lady who checked us in was polite this hotel has been marked off our family's list of possible stays. Here's why: We had to call to have the AC/heat turned on in our room the first day (not really an issue but should be noted). I guess they don't prep rooms before checking people in??? The beds felt worse than the floor, and I'm pretty sure one of them was borderline broken(a concern the front desk brushed off). They have an apparent ant problem: we bought donuts one day and by that night the entire box was covered. Needless to say we didn't get to eat our donuts. The pool was decent until we saw the hair balls piled up in the drains on the floor. The game room has broken games from the 1990s. They have a "strict" no smoking policy but there was a constant smell of smoke on the lowest level and even a strong smell of weed one day(another concern the two gents at the front desk brushed off). And to top it all off, the front desk called at 10:00pm on our last night (obviously we were trying to sleep) to see if we ordered pizza???? After a 5 day stay I do not recommend this place, almost looked for somewhere else to stay after the first night but couldn't afford the loss of money. Next time I'll pay more to stay somewhere better.

    « Nice people - Quiet hotel »

This hotel was good for a one night stay. Breakfast was average as expected. Rooms are clean but a little tired. The staff was very friendly and helpful in booking tickets. The exercise room was a little small but still nice.

« Nice Property, Service Lacking »

This is a nice up to date place. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the front desk by a tall gentleman. Who after getting us checked in, did a wonderful job in making sure we knew where the attractions were located, on the complementary map. The was room was comfortable looking. Loved having 2 sinks and counters, with a family of 4! The shower head is not placed for mid-height persons. I am 5'6" and was having to slouch down. The reason for only 3 stars: My family stayed 4 nights and only once was our room half-way cleaned. We got clean towels each day, that was it. The room was not vacuumed, with beds made and trash emptied everyday. On day 3 our dirty towels, which were in a pile on the floor, were not even collected. Breakfast: Lots of options to choose from and was satisfying. The breakfast room is small and gets crowded. On day 3 the attendant -middle aged lady- disappeared for about 20 minutes. In this time a lot of the food was depleted and needed to be restocked, she was NO where. Finally when she showed back up (after my husband went to the front desk, to ask for someone to come replenish items) she was cussing and annoyed. To which young children were around and heard all this. The next day, our last. There was a different lady, who did a superb job in keeping things stocked! Swimming pool area: The children enjoyed the pool. However they need to keep the pool towels stocked. Only once were we able to have a towel upon being done swimming. So bring your own pool towels. This is not what I expected from the appearance of this Best Western.

    « Friendly Staff »

I made reservations over the phone, so checking in was as expressly as checking out was. When I walked through the front door to the lobby, I was impressed by the amount of space that was offered for leisure and for the breakfast area, and I was happily greeted by a hotel staff member. While getting my room key, I was informed of the best way to get to my room, suggestions of places to eat, and suggestions of places to see while visitng Branson. During my stay, I left the, "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. The staff did not enter, but instead, left a box that had towels, t.p, trash bags, etc. outside my door. I thanked them for respecting my privacy. The game room, swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna were spacious, very clean, and comforting. The breakfast items were of higher quality than most hotels that I've stayed in before. The breakfast area is spacious for the most part. There were plenty of seats for busy times. However, navigating through the breakfast area can be difficult when crowded. Otherwise it is fantastic.

« I'm converting to Best Western after this »

Don't normally do Best Western but we loved this one. The best part was that the bathroom had an extra sink and counter outside the normal bathroom door--how great for families! Something to confirm all two bed rooms have if you're interested. The breakfast was also way better than our typical Holiday Inn Express job. AWESOME DONUTS! Location is close enough to everything--Silver Dollar City, strip, and Sight and Sound theater. Price was very competitive. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Standard mid-range class and cleanliness. Could hear people in the room next to us, but that's to be expected in most hotels. They can't fix rude and loud...

    « Weekend getaway »

The rooms were comfortable rooms and the staff was friendly. Location was great since we were headed to the Sight and Sound theater. Our only complaint was that the breakfast room layout was very congested.

    3
    « so-so »

Room was not ready when promised (had to wait) motel is far from most attractions and shower head (being only 5'8" ) to duck under to use. Did not think much of the continental breakfast. was told from Best western if I stayed 2 nights, I would get a $25 gift card, but found out if you get any kind of discount on your stay, that this does not count in order to get promotion.

« Good Hotel For The Price... »

The hotel was clean and the exterior and interior area looked nice. The only issues I had was hotel was understaffed and they put chemicals in the pool while people were swimming. He said it was safe for us to swim. Just a few minutes after dumping multiple chemical into pool and jacuzzi an inspector came in to test the pool. This should have done when the pool was closed. Other that that the stay was enjoyable and I would stay here again.

« Overall, an excellent hotel »

The hotel's staff service was excellent throughout our 4 day stay. The room (we had a king) was pretty up to date and very clean. WiFi worked well, as did the tv and other items. Two things which we were not as happy with. Our bed was too firm for us but probably would be fine for most people. It appeared to be a newer bed which I think most guests would appreciate. The pool was usually filled with children much of the day and had no adult only swim times. But it is a very good family hotel and kid friendly. The free breakfast was pretty good, with a selection that included sausage, biscuits and gravy, eggs, cereals, waffles, etc. The location was excellent. Overall I would have to say this hotel was far better than average and a good value.

    « Quiet and Comfortable »

Needed a place to stay for one night. Did the advanced purchase option to get a bit lower rate and that worked well. The room was clean and fresh. The HVAC worked well. While I did not particularly care and did not use it, my wife wanted to stay somewhere with a pool, and this hotel fit the bill. She and the kids went for a morning swim and they were satisfied with the pool area. The only odd thing about the room is that it had a motion sensor openly positioned in the corner of the room. I have stayed at quite a few hotels over the years, and this is the first time I have seen a motion sensor in a room. On the one hand, that is an odd thing to have prominently displayed in a hotel room where you have a "reasonable expectation of privacy". On the other hand, perhaps the other places I stayed also had these devices, but they were positioned in such a way as to not be obvious. If that is the case, then perhaps this hotel is more open and transparent as to their security measures. The only other less than ideal thing I noticed is while they did have free WiFi, the signal strength was very poor in our room. The couple times I actually tried to use it, I was not able to get connected. However, not a big deal because I did not go on this trip so I could sit in a hotel room and mess around on the internet. Aside from the motion sensor and the internet access (neither of which would I consider to be significant issues), everything was as I would have expected. I had no problems with any staff, at check-in or at check-out. The room was relaxing after a long day/evening in Branson. In the future, given the same circumstances as we had for this trip, I will definitely consider staying here again.

« Great hotel, great value »

Our family of four stayed during our spring break trip to Branson. The room was very spacious and clean. My kids were most excited about the pool. It is an indoor salt water pool and it stayed open until midnight. There was also a hot tub and sauna. Free breakfast was included in our stay and I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of hot and cold options. It is in a great location, close to everything and off the main drag so it's not as busy. I would definitely come back.

    « Great hotel! »

Very nice place! The lobby was beautifully decorated and had a drum chandelier. Pool area looked nice and inviting, although I didn't use it. Loved that the pool was open until midnight! Rooms were very nice also, full bathroom with sink plus another sink area outside the bathroom with a full length mirror. Plenty of counter space. We also noticed that the ceiling and floors appeared to be concrete(it is a brick building) so hopefully that helps keep the noise down. Great location too, not on the strip but close enough. If you visit Branson in mid March be prepared for the spring break crowds! We were expecting it to be slow off-season but there were people everywhere!

« Great Place to stay »

My wife and I have stayed at this Best Western multiple times and we never look for another place to stay. My wife is a clean freak and she is more than happy with how clean the rooms are. We are very happy with the value of the rooms. When you come to Branson, you are not going to stay in the room all the time. So it is affordable to stay at the Best Western Music and also convenient to the sights we want to see.

« Good place to stay »

We enjoyed the pool and breakfast option as part of our stay. Grateful for laundry after getting very wet on some rides at Silver Dollar City. Staff were helpful and quick to respond when we needed assistance.

« Fantastic price. Great value »

Booked through Hotels.com as it was $20 less than person to person call to their desk ??. Very clean room. I liked having as separate sink n mirror outside of the toilet n shower area. Breakfast was typical but very good. Breakfast service person was pleasant. The morning checkout manager was extremely friendly and apologetic that the previous day's day clerk did not meet the online price. The hotel was very close to Sight n Sound theatre which was our main destination in Brandon. Would return again even at the on site price. Great value perhaps cause March 10 is still off season. Many attractions had not opened yet Side Note: MOSES at Sight n Sound was fantastic. Great actors, singers and many live animals

« Great place for a relaxing weekend! »

This hotel was great! My wife and I loved our stay. The 2 person jetted tub was a definite bonus. We will be back asap. The location was very convenient for attractions and venues. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. All in all, my wife and I had a very relaxing and refreshing weekend.

    « friendly staff »

the staff was very friendly. The hotel was extremely clean. It could use some updating on room decor. The pool was nice. We enjoyed our two day stay here. This is a very quiet hotel. The breakfast was a nice hot breakfast. It offered a variety of items on the buffet. We had a internet rate of $62 which for the area and other hotels was a bargin. Would deffinetly stay here again.

    5
    « Clean »

We were very pleased with our overall stay. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and pool area were great! We will definitely stay here again. I'm not a big breakfast person, but the breakfast was good. It's a great place to take the grandkids.

« Music Capitol Inn Branson, Mo. »

If you are looking for a great place to stay while in Branson or the general Branson area, choosing The Best Western Music Capitol is among your best choices. They are very well located to area attractions and/or features and the management and staff is among the best of the best! The management and staff will help to ensure your stay is as delightful as possible. Not to mention, they work diligently to make your choice to stay a great value. No doubt one of the better values of lodging options in the Branson area.

« One awesome place to stay! »

We just spent four nights at the Music Capital Best Western in Branson, Missouri. I have to tell you it was a good visit! Our bed was comfortable with clean crisp sheets! The room was clean and you weren't afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet, I have been in those places. The staff were helpful and friendly, the bathroom comes with not just soap and shampoo but they have these samples of salt scrub and special soaps. I always look the bathroom over for cleanliness and this one passed with flying colors! They offer a full breakfast for free, eggs, gravey, bagels, waffles, and more! They even have a salt water pool to enjoy! Well I would like to keep this place to myself but I guess I will share the news, it's a return place!

    « Very friendly staff »

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the Music Capital Inn and some things never change.......friendly staff and clean, beautiful rooms. This hotel is close to many attractions in Branson but is not on the main drag ( Hwy 76) making it less congested regarding traffic. We will come back to this property again and again without hesitation !

« Great Staff! Great Hotel! Great Pricing! »

Pool was clean and a good size. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great Friendly Staff. And in close proximity to Silver Dollar City in Branson, MO. My family enjoyed our stay here. We were a little hesitant due to the great rates but we have already recommended to several family members and friends and we will be staying here again. My advice is to skip online booking and just call, they are so friendly and helpful and it is a lot quicker through them on the phone.

    « Great value »

Hotel is close to several shows and on the West side of Branson which is closer to Silver Dollar City. Imax theatre and several restaurants close by and Shoji Tabuchi is right across the street. Read many reviews and selected this hotel for the pool, breakfast, free wifi, location and good value. As other posters mention all the staff is very friendly. You will hear sweetheart and darlin several times before leaving. Even the maintenance worker on the elevator was sure to tell us to enjoy our day. As others stated we also got a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus during our breakfast. Well run hotel!

    « Had a great stay! »

I typically do not request room service during my stays in hotels for personal privacy reasons. This is the first time I've ever had the cleaning personnel leave a basket of clean towels, toiletries, etc. at the door anyway. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was nice. We come to Branson often and we'll stay here again!

    5
    « I'd stay here again! »

We were part of a tour bus. Our room was very nice, roomy and clean. There was a wide selection of breakfast choices. Personnel were very friendly, helpful and organized in handling two busloads. The only negative is that the "Done" beeper on one waffle maker didn't work.

    « Wonderful Stay »

My family of 5 booked two rooms on Friday Dec. 11th. Although the building is a little dated, it is very well maintained and extremely clean. Our beds were quite comfortable. My two children loved being able to use the indoor pool in the middle of December and the hot breakfast was well above average. This Best Western has been added to our short "would re-vist" list for Branson Hotels.

    5
    « Comfortable and Special »

Everyone at the Best Western Music Capital Inn was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect for shopping, shows, and Silver Dollar City. Outstanding facility...clean, well-appointed, bright and very comfortable. I recommend it highly. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. I've stayed here before - and I have no doubt I will again. Close to Branson's many attractions?

    « Amazing visit! »

This is a very clean hotel with great customer service. We have been more than pleased with all the service we have received here. The rooms are large and spacious, the breakfast was very good with lots of choices, the pool is a saltwater pool instead of a chlorinated pool which is great for not ruining the kids swimsuits. My girls were super impressed to come in and found the towels folded like you would find them on a cruise ship in the shape of animals. We are enjoying our stay very much, and will definitely be back to stay here again someday!

    « Holiday 2015 »

We came with family, a group of about 15. It was very enjoyable the hotel and staff were great. The only downfall was the hot tub was like a warm tub and the heated pool was very cool. Breakfast was very good and we had a wonderful surprise the last day as Santa was at breakfast. Santa and Mrs. Claus made it extra special for the children. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in getting tickets to a show. We are thinking of making this an annual trip and plan to return to the same hotel.

    5
    « Wonderful Hotel! »

    « Weekend with Grandsons »

After reading numerous reviews on hotels, we chose Best Western because of the high marks on cleanliness. We were not disappointed. When my grandson's toy went underneath the bed, I found no dirt or trash when retrieving it! The pool was warm and very clean with bathrooms in the area so a quick run to the room was not necessary. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be a new comforter and larger trash container in the room.

We stayed here with three other couples for four nights. Everyone got their special room requests...handicap room..all rooms on the main floor where reception and breakfast rooms are located. Everyone was friendly and efficient. The staff in the breakfast room was put to the test when the coffeemaker broke down during breakfast. They did what the could with a smile. Dee in the gift shop was most helpful and convenient with purchasing show tickets. Front desk was good at the check in and out but also recommending restaurants.Excellent location off the main drag but easy access to everything. Rooms were very well equipped and clean. We were very pleased and highly recommend the Best Western Music Capital Inn

We had another nice stay at Music Capital Inn last week. Our room was really clean when we arrived for our stay and each day we were there it was cleaned really well. We had a great breakfast there each morning to get our day started. It was really nice to be able to buy our tickets to "Sons of the Pioneers" right there at the hotel. We like the location and the people that work here so this will be our first choice for future stays in Branson.

    « Hotel of Choice »

Another great stay at Music Capital Inn! Hotel of choice when visiting Branson. Clean room, comfortable bed, great deluxe breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Due to my Best Western Rewards card we were upgraded to a large King Room with Spa Bath (a plus for us).

    « Misleading website »

Beware: The website says they have an indoor and outdoor pool. That is not true! They only have an indoor pool. It also says the pool is heated. IT IS NOT HEATED. These were two of the main reasons we chose this hotel, so I was massively disappointed. Aside from that, our experience was decent. When we first arrived, they had us in a basement room. It smelled like gasoline, so we requested a different room, which we promptly received. They said the gas smell was probably because the utility rooms were very near our room.
