Comfortable and quiet. Convenience to have a full service restaurant on the property. Late arrivals can still get a meal. There is no free breakfast, discount vouchers may be included in your rate. There is free coffee/tea in the lobby. Friendly and helpful staff. This is a busy location but staff appears to keep with the pace.

From the ladies and gentleman at the front desk who were simply lovely and very accommodating to the restaurant, my stay there 2 separate times was great. I highly recommend this Best Western. The brownies were also a sweet bonus and very delicious!

Facility is older but well maintained. Employees were friendly and helpful. The shuttle provided runs to and from the airport but will also drop you off in town as well as pick you up. Hotel has a first class gym with high quality equipment and a nice pool and spa (did not use either water feature). The real benefit to staying here is their full service bar and restaurant. Food is quite good and service more than acceptable. Free coffee and tea in the business area off the lobby. I recommend considering a stay here.

Great location with a decent walk to downtown Bozeman. Very close to the infamous Cat's Paw. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and recommended the Mexican place next door for a late night dinner. Rooms were clean and did the job! Would recommend a stay there!

Very clean rooms and lobby, friendly staff, good location. They were able to give us early check in and a ride to the airport. Overall - we HIGHLY recommend this property!!! We ate most meals in the on-site restaurant and were very satisfied. It was neat to see locals eating there too. It is always a good sign!

Initially we made a last minute call to this Best Western and the individual behind the desk did a wonderful job giving us a manager special rate the day that we were going to be staying there which I thought was excellent service we didn't call till roughly 9:00 p.m. that evening. After that things went a little Haywire. We checked in we got our keys and were heading to our room after a Long Day's travel and proceeded to open the room and there were people in the room. Needless to say we were shocked as were the individuals in the room. Mind you this is Montana and just walking into somebody's room sometimes can have you met with a barrel LOL. Thankfully this time that was not the case. The people were shocked as we opened the door as were we. I got on the phone immediately to the front desk and said the keys you just gave us opened a door to an occupied room. The person indicated that she meant to give us the keys to the room across the hallway it was totally her mistake so she took responsibility immediately which is very good and came up with new keys and apologized to the individuals in the room that we had opened and also apologized to us and indicated that both of us would get a free night stay for the mishap. I thought that was professional considering the very uncomfortable position it put us both in.

The Staff is very nice. Food in the restaurant is excellent! I usually get the bison burger and sub the fries for the soup of the day which are once again fantastic. The rooms are nice and the the showers were recently updated. Can't wait to come back again.

I came to Bozeman early to join up wit a Yellowstone tour, and was unable to get a reservation at the host hotel in advance of the event. Saw the reviews for this property on Trip Advisor and am so happy we did! This hotel had everything I was looking for: Great location, super clean and comfortable room, restaurant with really good food, a coffee bar, an espresso bar, airport shuttle and the friendliest staff ever!!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant had good food. Pool and hot tub were clean. Large meeting area. Room was clean. Walmart was across the street within walking distance. Free shuttle to downtown area. Off site restaurant in walking distance.

We had our Security Conference here and it was great. Bubba in Conference services helped all my speakers with the technology in the room, so good at his job! Erin, Erin and Lauren in Banquet were awesome and professional in serving the lunch, breaks, et al. Fabulous experience, love having meetings here.

I have never been so humiliated in my entire life! The bartender “Bill” was extremely rude and unprofessional for literally NO REASON. Upon attempting to order my complimentary free drink, he replies “Give me a second!” Then says, “Yeah you did this to me the last time in the Casino!” I have never met this individual EVER in my life… never even been to this town…! I told “Bill” I'd never been at that hotel before nor the casino (I don't gamble) so clearly he was mistaken. He then sloppily made the second drink which I declined and simply paid for the first. I immediately went to the front desk and requested management. No management was on sight so they called one on the phone. I voiced my complaint, however, the issue is that not only was ‘Bill' incorrect in his assumption of who I am but also EXTREMELY unprofessional. There were other patrons there and I felt as tho I was unjustly attacked & embarrassed. I will be reporting this to this hotels corporate office and I hope to NEVER be here again!! This hotel needs to screen its employees for personality disorders before putting them in position to deal with the public.

We had a great experience at the BestWestern plus Grantree Inn. We only stayed one night since we were catching an early morning flight home. Check in very easy, it was a welcome sight to see apples and oranges on the counter for the guest. Rooms where very clean and comfortable. I would like to come back and stay longer, location good especially for the airport. We ate breakfast at the restaurant , best breakfast and great waitress!

Bubba and the convention staff were fantastic to work with! We've hosted several clinics across the state, and the clinic we held at the Best Western went off without a hitch, thanks to the Conventions team. I arrived an hour before our clinic, and Bubba was already on-site to make sure everything went smoothly. He checked in often, and his team was friendly, attentive, and helpful. From the setup of the room and clear A/V to the food and beverage; this was our best experience on the clinic tour. Thank you to Bubba and his team!

The rooms are pristine and comfortable. All the amenities a man needs while traveling. Good coffee and tea in the room. I loved the citrus scented bath products. Front desk gets 5 Stars!! And there housekeepers are friendly and helped me with a Keurig machine issue, it was quickly resolved. I'll be looking at Best Westerns across the country from now on. Thank you.

Horrible!! Paid over $255 for a room that should be $80 a night. I decided to use my reward points. Big mistake! I wouldn't have stayed here had I seen the location before I paid online. The hotel stunk and felt like I was walking into the basement of a horror movie. No complimentary breakfast only 20% off at the on-site restaurant. Ordered room service for dinner and again - Horrible. Ordered a simple meal: Chicken strips with fries. Took over an hour to get my meal and not to my surprise, it was awful. the chicken strips were cooked to a crispy. So crispy they were crunchy. The fries were cold and hard. Getting ready to leave, needed some ice for the road trip. NO ICE MACHINES. What a joke this place is. I wouldn't and won't stay here ever again.

Bubba in conventions was amazing. Hard working guy who made sure that our event went without any problems. Great personality and took care of us. He went above and beyond for our company. 10/10 service which is hard to come by these days.

We hosted a Seminar at this Hotel in September 2023 and dealt with a gentleman named Bubba. He was extremely helpful and did an amazing job for us! Also, the facilities were very nice and they have an amazing technology services setup with wireless mics and projector. Bottom line the service was top notch and I highly recommend this Venue and give major Kudos to Bubba!!!

A lovely place to stay and very accommodating. Restaurant is fabulous food and service. Parking is as good as it gets! Right off the Interstate Highway so no traffic to deal with. Swimming pool is a plus.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary last year and were really impressed with the room we got. We decided to stay there for our anniversary and used our credit card rewards to pay for most of the room. Overall quality of the room was much worse & we were put in a smaller room. The cost to us was essentially the same as if we paid with cash, but we were screwed on quality. Learned my lesson, take out rewards in cash and pay for the rooms in cash, otherwise expect the big corporations to screw you over in quality and give each other a deal that does not transfer to the customer.

The hotel room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. It was not free but discounted 20%. It does seem like a high price for just a basic hotel room to me. I did not use the pool or Jacuzzi so I am unsure how nice those were. Overall a good hotel I can't complain, but I just thought it was a little bit high priced for the amenities.

Staff was super sweet and accommodating. Love the shuttle system. They allowed me to check in early which I appreciated so much. The room was very clean and fully stocked with what I needed. Unfortunately the room was in the first floor and the sliding doors opened to a lobby so we had to keep the blinds shut. Felt like a prison. For $300+ a night I'd like to not feel like I'm trapped in a room. The lobby it opens to is also the pool/hot tub so it was extremely loud at 10pm. My husband and I left because he could not sleep with all the hooting and hollering. If we had a better room location I think the stay would've been very nice. Wish I'd known about that before I accepted that room in particular.

Bozeman is a resort town, so prices are naturally higher than in other, more humdrum locations. Still, the rate seemed a little steep for a Sunday night. Also, be advised that breakfast is not included. They did provide a 20%-off coupon for breakfast at the on-site restaurant, where we both had a very good breakfast, and very good dinner the night before. But, you will need to add that into your budget. So this is neither a budget facility, nor is it a full-scale resort property, so I'm not sure what niche it fills. That said, it is very handy to I-90, and has the large, comfortable rooms BW customers expect, so there's that.

Location was great for the airport. Check in was quick and pleasant. Rooms were roomy and had a nice big walk in shower. The only negative is Best Western always has a free breakfast which we expected but only received a 20% voucher off. Prices were expensive had breakfast on the way to the airport.

From my first call to book to my departure nearly everything was perfect. After a call, a driver picked me up at the airport and later another driver took me to the MSU campus- all free, so I tipped well. The front desk staff are friendly, efficient and speedy. The room was clean and quiet. The restaurant food was great, and portions were hefty. My only complaint was that my room wasn't made up after my second night- why I don't know. The only problem was that so didn't have a Kurieg for a cup of coffee! They did have free coffee just off the lobby. Would I stay again, absolutely! They have an indoor pool. BTW, the flower boxes outside were beautiful!

This place is the only place I stay in Bozeman. The restaurant is top notch and the bar staff are very friendly and know you after a couple visits. The rooms book fast and are a little pricey in the summer but not unlike other places in Bozeman.

Well appointed hotel with friendly staff and a large room. A very enjoyable stay for our two day ski trip to Big Sky. An hour drive to the ski hill but price outweighed the drive to the ski hill. As usual comfy Best Western beds =a great nights sleep. Will stay again.

We had a reservation for 5 days over Xmas. Our room reeked of the smell of pizza. Smelling that at 3am every night was horrible. I asked for a room deodorizer which they provided and told me to keep for the duration of stay. Unfortunately housekeeping went into the room (regardless of the do not disturb sign) and removed the spray. We were not provided extra toilet paper, and there was hair on our sheets. Very unsatisfactory stay. The restaurant was very good and the service staff there was very attentive.

Dirty room greeted us in our stay in this Bozeman hotel. Carpet dank and general condition below the standard for similar hotels. Keep driving. The town is fun, the skiing fantastic, the scenery beautiful— don't ruin in with a hotel stay here.

We absolutely loved the late dinner we got at The Club restaurant on-site after checking in. Delicious food. Great hotel. We also ordered a room service breakfast and it was fantastic! Highly recommend staying here.

What a wonderful place I can't wait till I get there every time. People the food everything the atmosphere is so delightful. When I'm tired stressed out the world's coming down on me even though I have to do business involvement there's always the Best Western I call at home.

We booked this hotel for our visit to Yellowstone to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary! I can't say enough nice things about the staff , rooms & dinning experience. We really enjoyed the bar & dinning area after long days of site seeing. Food , drinks & staff were excellent!

I travel extensively for work, so I eat out quite often, at restaurants across the country. I recently ate at the Club Tavern & Grill at the Best Western. Hayes was my server. Not only did she provide some of the best service I've ever experienced, but she also has a very engaging and upbeat personality, which made for a great dining experience!

We had our national conference there in Nov. 2022. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We never needed for anything. The rooms were nice for both the meeting rooms and sleeping rooms. Everything was very clean and updated.

Excellent stay in the middle of it all. Came into Bozeman for a conference. Stayed five nights. Exceptional service, exceptional food, exceptional everything. The staff is amazing and took care of everything for the conference. I heard nothing but positive remarks from everyone staying there. There were about 100 of us. Beds were comfortable. The hotel is right close to the highway and access to everything you want to do is convenient.

We stay at the GranTree in Bozeman every year while traveling cross country with our dog. Excellent customer service has been our experience every time. Rooms are spacious and pet friendly. Since I am a Best Western Rewards member, upgrades are always offered if available. A truly comfortable and convenient place to stay while in Bozeman.

The Best Western in Bozeman has a welcoming staff, a full service restaurant with excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus a nice wine and beer list, and clean, comfortable rooms. All at a reasonable price. The airport shuttle is efficient and makes transfers easy. This is our go-to hotel whenever we visit Bozeman.

Located near shopping, the airport, and the university, this hotel is very convenient and the staff are amazing. You'll feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the restaurant and bar are popular with travelers and local folks. And you won't get better views of the Rockies anywhere else in Montana!

We generally like to stay close to town, but we attended a wedding with events all over the Bozeman area, so this worked well. We drove to downtown (10 minute drive). We learned that you really need a car in bozeman as it's so spread out. Our room was very nice and very comfortable. The bed and sheets were perfect - as nice as a 5 star room! Everything was clean in our room - the hallways could use an extra walkthrough during the day, but our room was in perfect shape. We had booked another hotel that was close to $200 more/day and it's hard to imagine the room would have been any nicer than ours at the Best Western. Our one breakfast at the hotel was very good (better hash browns than at the Western Cafe). I'm very glad we stayed at B.W. Grantree

While visiting my niece for a week in Bozeman, we found this Best Western Plus to have all the comforts of home...the king room had a very comfortable bed, mini-fridge, sofa with coffee table along with a shower that had nice hot water and great pressure. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The place was quiet, has free parking, and has easy access to the attached Club Tavern and Grill for grabbing a quick easy breakfast, lunch/dinner or an evening cocktail and snack to enjoy the game. The hotel is right off highway 90 at Exit 306. I'd definitely recommend!

It was a nice, big, clean room. The bathroom had plenty of space. Hot shower, great water pressure. The front desk staff was friendly and very accommodating. Gave me good suggestions for the area. Where to go, where to eat. It was a great trip.

After traveling 600 miles we were ready for a stop. What a joy to find such a welcoming and gracious front desk. Our phone reservation on the day of travel was handled with such a positive attitude we were thrilled.

We stayed here for 2 night on our trip to Montana and need to be in Bozeman for the airport. This was a clean hotel, comfortable beds and great service. The jacuzzi and pool were nice to have too in the evening. Definitely one of the nicest Best Western's I've been in.

Outstanding Service! If you want to stay in a place where they are happy you've chosen them, then stay here! Even with every room booked they acted like we were the most important customers. Restaurant was great, service was awesome. The place was clean, business center allowed me to print in color, front desk was always friendly, the housekeeping was perfect. I really can't say enough. Oh by the way you can even do a little gaming in the hotel.

We stayed here for a friend's wedding. The property is nice and the staff is friendly, but the price is way too high. We paid what we would pay to stay at a lakeside resort. It looks like all Bozeman hotels are the same. I would drive a couple of extra hours to avoid the prices.

We stay at BW hotels & have always been very satisfied. The prices are fair & rooms are always clean. I could not believe we had to pay over $300 for a BW in Bozeman Montana. Still in shock & would never stay here again.

Clean with good service. Conference area was well managed and set up. Easy access to Interstate and several good restaurant choices nearby. Our room was comfortable and in a quiet area. Front desk was helpful in sending Fax to work for me.

I have stayed here twice for business meetings and I have had great service, food and care both times. The staff is wonderful to work with and care about your stay. The catering staff was amazing. The rooms were were comfy and roomy.

Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. The Club Restaurant was not only convenient but the food and service was fantastic! I am so glad I was able to stay here. The location was also very convenient as it was very close to where I had to work. It also made it easy to maneuver around town.

Convenient jumping off point for a trip to Yellowstone. Room was clean and functional, check-in was quick and friendly. Breakfast was hot and large. Wish I did not share my hallway with a noisy group staying there, but that's how it goes, sometimes . It met all my expectations, but I will probably search a little longer next time I'm in Bozeman.

Stay here about every month for work. Shuttle drivers are always on time and willing to drive you to local places in town. Staff at the front desk are always friendly. Bar/Restaurant staff are always on point menu could use an update but I understand coming out of the pandemic it's difficult (LGB).

It had been years since I stayed at the Gran Tree Inn, but the conference I was attending was held there and I made my room reservation. When I returned from shopping and dinner, around 7 p.m., there were no parking spots available. In addition a duck boat and trailer parked in a no parking zone, so I had to back up the length of the building to get out. When I called the front desk, I was told there was "A Big Event" , she was sorry, and I should park at another hotel. The hotel I saw was across the street, which necessitated a slog in the dark across the snowy slushy parking lot. The desk clerk repeated that there was "A Big Event" and that I might be able to find parking around 9:30 p.m. and of course he was sorry, I'm traveling alone, so I'm not going out after dark in an unfamiliar town. As I was checking out, the cheery clerk asked if my stay was good. I told her about the parking problem, and she was sorry, too.

Typical Best Western. Room was ok. Has refrigerator (although BW does not give water to Elite Members) and large TV with several channels. Internet worked better than average which I liked (also had 3 computers near the lobby - which I also liked). Staff was friendly. Heated Pool and Hot tub was nice. I didn't eat in restaurant or visit casino, but both seemed lively. Rate was certainly more competitive than other hotels I looked at (Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton, Residence Inn etc) and that was my deciding factor. If visit Bozeman and the circumstances are the same I would once again stay at the Best Western Plus GranTree Inn.

I really love this hotel and enjoy staying at this location anytime I'm in town. As I was going to check in the hotel was very busy and no where to sit they were sold out. I couldn't check in early so I was kinda upset about it but im understanding. The girl at the front desk by the name of "CASSIDEE" she went above and beyond to help me out. Her customer service skills are great she's very attentive and pays close attention to detail and also helped me out with allowing me to put my luggage behind the front desk so I didn't have to walk around carrying it until check in time which made me feel better. At the time of check in time she helped me make another reservation for the next day because online it showed up sold out so she was very helpful with helping me out with anything I needed help with not to mention she was very knowledgeable about the hotel. CASSIDEE is a very nice caring compassionate person we need more people like her in the customer service industry.

I had high expectations for this inn based on their advertised amenities, COVID safety protocols, and previous reviews. While the inn earned high marks for (a) comfortable beds, (b) ample towels, and (c) parking, it unfortunately fell short in several areas both before and during my stay. Prior to arrival, I tried on four separate occasions to learn more about the airport shuttle and the protocol for reserving a spot. Three phone calls over the course of three separate days and an email to guest services all went unanswered. When I finally did get someone on the phone, I was told that there was no reservation system and that you are supposed to phone the hotel once you arrive at the airport and have your luggage. Be warned, it can take over 1 hour from the time you call for them to arrive. If you opt for a taxi, note the cost will be in the $50 range and should be booked in advance. Bozeman does not have on demand cabs waiting in a queue outside of the airport at least at the time of my travel. Despite advertising strict adherence to COVID safety measures on this site and others, no staff were wearing masks during check-in or on departure. This was concerning given the quick spread of COVID throughout the Gallatin area during the time of my travel. That said, I am mostly disappointed in the establishment's failure to honestly state what precautions they were/were not taking especially since it was one of the reasons I opted to book there. The frontline staff could also do well with some more customer service training as I was made to feel like a cow being herded through a field on arrival rather than a human being checking into a hotel. While the hotel was renovated in the not too distant past, it still looks dated and there is only so much they can do to spruce up the rooms. For example, the block I stayed in had windows overlooking an interior pool offering almost no sunlight or privacy unless the curtains were drawn all the time. I can only imagine how loud it must be when the pool is functional. While I did not try the restaurant, fellow travelers in my group did not have a good experience and reported the food was poor and the customer service abysmal. Fortunately, there are a number of eateries downtown that are worth patronizing and delivery options as well. Finally, note the hotel is not really within easy walking distance of downtown and the advertised shuttle is set to run at only a few times throughout the day. which may be preempted by airport service. If you are planning to explore the downtown area, I'd suggest booking elsewhere. Similarly, plan to make your own arrangements if you need to go anywhere.

One thing is for sure, the staff, from front desk clerks to housekeepers to shuttle drivers, you'll never find a nicer, friendlier, and hard working group of people. Everyone greets you with a smile and a "can-do" attitude. Bonus: Free shuttle to/from the airport and town. And, even tho it's free, be sure to nicely tip the drivers! The rooms are no-frills but comfortable and clean. They come with a small refrigerator, microwave, and safe. Four comfy pillows per bed so there's no need request more. It would be nice to have a better quality shampoo, hair condition, and lotion. BTW - the bottles are so small they'd hardly clean a baby's head. They also need to replace hair dryers and add a floor mat for the sink area which is separate from the bath area. The hotel offers lots of free parking too. There's also a swimming pool and casino (didn't use either).

The location has great rooms with lots of space for business and relaxing. The hotel also features a great restaurant and bar that is on sight - the food is great! There is also plenty of parking and the location is within walking distance to several other food options and it's also close to interstate!

I always stay at the Gran Tree Best Western when I'm in Bozeman. Mostly medical stays at a great rate. I feel safe here and the restaurant is excellent! It is also nice to have a bar and casino for fun:)

We stayed here at the end of December just prior to our trip to Yellowstone. I really didn't expect what we got. The staff is really exceptional. We were here for two nights and didn't rent a car. The BW van took us everywhere we wanted to go and we walked a fair amount as well. We had 2 breakfasts and a dinner at the Club restaurant which is fully incorporated into the building. The food and service there was excellent as well. This place is a real gem!

Excellent food and drink, always a pleasure to stay ay the Gran Tree! Easy to access and always clean and comfortable. The folks at the Gran Tree always greet you with a smile and a kind word and I have been staying at this motel several times a year for over 25 years and have never been disappointed in the services provided!

best front desk ever the ladies working the morning shift are amazing. just the hotel might .need a little update overall but the bed was comfy so I'm happy. best mountain view as well and having Walmart across the road was amazing

Whenever I am in Bozeman or passing through I always stay here. Staff at check in are always very friendly and efficient. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, rooms are quiet. Will keek staying here.

This town is plagued with the typical short staffing issues of the current climate in our country. This hotel has a wait sometimes for checking in and eating breakfast due to these shortages. However, the people who do work there are very nice and do an amazing job. I compare them to “air traffic controllers” of the service industry. This hotel handled our Marine Corps ball without a single glitch. I highly recommend staying here if you come to Bozeman, Montana,

Outstanding room and cleanliness but If you have to check out before five make sure you bring your own coffee hotel will not replace the coffee you use in room before 6 am… I used two coffee pods (k cups) that were in room When I Reyes to get two more was told no..

The rates were very good. There was plenty of parking. The beds were very comfortable even though each queen been was worn down significantly on each side closest to the night stand. No complimentary breakfast but offered coupons for the restaurant which was ok. Food was pretty good.

This was a very nice hotel and restaurant, with convention rooms for businesses. We ate at the restaurant twice and both times it was delicious. However the portions of nachos and taco salads were way too big, and the menu or waitress should have told us they were to be shared. I felt badly about wasting so much food :(

We unexpectedly needed a room on short notice. Everything was booked online or either very overpriced. I tried calling several hotels directly but either didn't get an answer or got a customer service agent in another country that was more concerned with signing me up for their rewards program rather than helping me find a room. I was able to get a live person at the front desk to answer the phone at this location. They were very friendly and helpful. They only had 2 rooms left and he held one until we could get there. The front desk staff was great, the room was clean, updated, quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The onsite restaurant was an added bonus. Fantastic breakfast and service. I would definitely stay here again!

Very friendly staff at the hotel and at the restaurant. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a nice grill and bar restaurant inside the hotel. Which makes it convenient. Good food and great service. Nicely located off of I90 and nearby downtown. I would recommend staying here.

Wonderful property…our room was comfortable and clean…restaurant was fantastic and the bartenders were extremely friendly…drinks and dinner there both nights as restaurant reservations in this busy town were hard to come by,..no regrets though. Great menu!

We enjoy the nice and clean room. Checkin and checkout are easy and fast. The only complaint we have is that neither staff nor guests are requested to wear mask inside of the building, which makes us feel uncomfortable,

I can't thank the Grantree Hotel staff enough for helping me to coordinate Belgrade High Class of 2001 20 Year Reunion! The food was amazing, the staff was absolutely incredible, and everything went off without a hitch! We also stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and were so happy with the room and restaurant! I recommend it to anyone traveling to Bozeman!

Way overpriced for mediocre rooms. I would not recommend anyone stay here. The hotel itself isn't bad but they charged me about $500.00 a night for a badly designed room that would go for less than $200, in any other hotel. Especially since it really isn't close to any specific sightseeing places.

I was there overnight on my way to Yellowstone to work in the park 2005,they didn't have '2005' as an option to put in this review. and have NEVER in my life been more grateful to lay down and shower .

We have stayed at the Bozeman Grantree Inn many times. They are consistently friendly, service oriented. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location very convenient. The attached restaurant, The Club, has a wide range of choices of excellent food. Service there is prompt and friendly. Highly recommend both.

We were here for two nights in the suite room, since there are three of us. The room was cleaned in the afternoon while we were gone, which was really nice! Leah got us seated for dinner when we arrived, it was late but the kitchen was still open. We had a great dinner and were out by 9. Then Leah seated us for breakfast about 11 hours later, does she sleep in a booth? :-) Front desk staff was great, we enjoyed our stay. We used the wifi a lot, glad I am a rewards member!

Hotel and front desk staff were wonderful.The restaurant had a great breakfast and very good service as did the bar.My son used the fitness center and said it had everything he needed and was clean.Great location in a great town.

My husband and I came to Bozeman for a wedding that was rescheduled last year due to COVID and we decided to extend our stay to have a little kid-free getaway. We stayed for 4 nights and loved the GranTree Inn! The room was nice and clean, the hotel restaurant/lounge was charming and had surprisingly wonderful food and the shuttle services to the airport and downtown Bozeman were amazing. On our way out one night, we learned that he walls are a little... thin based on what we heard coming from one of the rooms. So just beware of that if you are staying with a partner. ;)

The Gran Tree was very clean with modern amenities. I didn't have time to use the pool but it looked nice as well. The fitness center (although a little small) was equipped with many modern pieces that made working out very functional. The food was fantastic, along with the service I received in the bar/restaurant. Thank you, and can't wait to stay there again.

This is the only hotel I visit in Bozeman. The staff are fantastic and very accommodating. Everything you need is here from the restaurant to the bar and hotel. Absolutely an incredible place to stay. Thank you all for a great weekend in Bozeman.

Clean rooms and a great night sleep for the family. Visited in June 2021 and was pleasantly surprised by this Best Western. So many things on the pulse side here. Clean rooms, great location , beyond comfy beds, great staff and the Bar and grill on site was terrific. We look forward to our next visit.

I found this location to be a very clean hotel and very comfortable beds. Very friendly staff and very accommodating. Good location. Price was a little much, but I guess it's peak tourism season. Close to downtown with excellent restaurants. N

It was a fantastic place to stop and then very accessible to Bozeman which we then explored. It is close to several museums that are very interesting and kid friendly. Plus having the restaurant in the hotel makes it very convenient to have a drink with dinner before retiring to the room.

Toilet in the room broken, nobody on staff to fix, front desk clerks did not seem to care. I had to walk to lobby restroom to relieve myself. Thank goodness only there for one night. Horrible service, staff not friendly, do not recommend this property

We were expecting an ok room and not a great night of sleep because we haven't had good experience woth the comfort of the beds. These beds blew us away. So comfortable and clean. We highly recommend using Best Western Gran Teee Inn

Hotel was clean. Room was equipped well and right off the highway. Staff was quite friendly. There is an attached restaurant that we did not use, but I guess the hotel offers a percentage off of breakfast to guests. The room had 2 sinks, one in the bathroom and a separate vanity sink outside the bathroom. That was convenient for a traveling husband and wife.

The constant noise all day and night throughout the entire stay required hotel security to intervene. It ruined our stay. Obviously old that was poorly remodeled. Staff is minimally helpful. Do not recommend unless you're into the drinking/casino scene.

Had a wonderful time, enjoyed having a pool for the kiddo and a nice lounge for us adults. Great food at the club tavern inside the hotel. We will most defiantly stay here next time we come down to bozeman.

Our son wanted to check out U Montana and Montana State. Both beautiful campuses and great schools. Gran Tree Inn was in a wonderful location close to both MT State and Bozeman Airport. The accomodations were clean and comfortable and the staff friendly, courteous, and professional. Will stay here again!

Disappointed.. Dog feces all over exterior of grounds. Dogs all over inside of building. (Some people have allergies) Once we moved in are room we herd noise outside the window. Looked out and saw several people standing by the window smoking & making noise. Went to front desk and they offered us to be moved. Went to new room and late in night realized ants and bugs were present. Refrigerator didn't cool. Hot tub was cold and dirty.

Our family stayed here in March and was very pleased. It's a great value in Bozeman. It's worth upgrading to a larger room with pullout sofa. These rooms do not get the noise from the pool area. The restaurant and bar is very busy with great food and service. I would recommend this property.

It was a great place to stay. Very clean and the staff were efficient and helpful. The workout facility was clean and had nice equipment. The only gripe we had was that there was no breakfast included in the stay. They did give us 20% discount on breakfast at the restaurant and the food was great!

Great location and great view of the mountains from my room. The Club Tavern and Grill restaurant is attached to the hotel making it easy to get delicious food and a few drinks if desired. The WiFi was the best signal I have ever had in a hotel as well.

So few hotels have Jacuzzi suites available for rent anymore. This requirement for our stay, after a day of skiing, forced us to select this hotel. We were pleased with the size of the jacuzzi and the two room layout to the suite. But the facility as a whole is very dated and badly in need of a make over.

I've been a member of the BW's for a couple of years now which means that I will stay in a BW if possible as I'm out on the road. The Bozeman BW just had too many wrong issues popping up that made my stay not very enjoyable there. For starters there was the 20% coupon for breakfast. After paying for my wife and I it would have been another 20-30 dollars per day spent just one breakfast including the 20% off. My car was trapped after the snow plow truck came through and cleared the parking lot - except that he never shoveled the snow build up in back of my car where the truck had gone through. We wanted to watch a movie but had to click on every channel just to see if there was a movie playing and what it was. Then to top it off, I had to drive back to the hotel after we had left and had breakfast elsewhere in order to correctly get the bill taken care of. We were charged about $20 per night more than what I had originally signed up for when I made the registration. Not good.

Checked into a pet friendly room, took my dog inside and proceeded to unload my car. My dog happened to bark a few times while alone in room at 2 in the afternoon. Got 2 calls from front desk where assistant manager was complaining very unprofessional and acting completely rude for a mediocre hotel I think theres better ones in town to choose from.

Again, we were trying to stay ahead of the weather. Saw a Best Western so pulled in. The only room they had left had a window to the pool. I didn't realize the pool was indoors (I'm from sunny SoCal) and I'll admit, it's disorientating not knowing what time it is or what the weather is like outside. I missed that outside window! Otherwise, beautiful hotel with a good mattress, friendly staff, and then I didn't care if it snowed.

I've stayed in many hotels in my life, some more deluxe, but none as good as this hotel. The staff was super helpful, particularly the front desk and management. My wife required a wheelchair, but unfortunately, the hotel's wouldn't fit through a normal room door, so Paula, a manager, moved us to a suite. After we had a wonderful dinner, I rolled my Bride to our room and told her I was going back to the bar and have a few with the locals. I had a few too many and returned to our room where I fell and broke four ribs, resulting in five more nights in Bozeman's Hospital. My wife was very frightened by this experience. She was in a strange city, with six inches of snow on the ground, in a hotel, and a wheelchair. Paula and her staff took good care of my Bride. They found her a nurse to come to our room and bathe her. They brought food to her or rolled her to the restaurant to eat. They took great care of the love of my life until my brother could fly from NC to take her home. I am forever grateful for the service; the shuttle to bring me my phone and laptop, pick me up from the hospital, and bring me back to the hotel. Flowers and chocolate were well deserved.

Our room was clean and beautiful. Had the newer style of decor. The staff was friendly. Pool and spa were open so we were thrilled to use it. We ate in the restaurant twice. Both meals were fantastic. Highly recommend the meatloaf for dinner.

Stayed a night as a gateway to Yellowstone Adventure. The outstanding service using the hotel shuttle was over the top great. Airport pickup, trip to town, & trip to offsite dinner. Fabulous! The hot tub king rooms are very clean and a HOOT! Will return next time with the kids! Try this place, it is very good.

Rooms were clean. Parking was easy. Great location near the Cannery District with some great dining/drink options. Enjoyed the hot tub. Staff were all friendly and courteous. Would recommend for both business and pleasure.

Was looking for Lodging between Big Sky and Bridger - The Hotel was Great and the Kitchen & Lounge were Excellent Facilities were comfortable and staff from the front desk to the lounge and restaurant were all great

We stayed here for a few days after getting married in Big Sky, Montana. From the first time through the door, everyone was very accommodating and polite. The Inn was very clean throughout and the restaurant served some good food. The free shuttle is great, anywhere you want to go within city limits and to the airport.

Had a ball in Bozeman! Thanks for the free shuttle to and from the Xmas party so we didn't have to worry about a taxi or uber! The pre game drinks were awesome! Thanks for the wonderful breakfast the next morning! All those 2 for 1 vouchers and 20% off breakfast coupons were put to good use!

Excellent Hotel! Excellent Staff! Make sure you stop if ever in Bozeman! Casino was fun and there is a restaurant on site. Everything you need is at your finger tips. Parking is spacious and there is a convenient store just steps away. Nice place!

A great value hotel!! The staff are very professional and helpful. A very clean property. The rates are reasonable as well!! I totally recommend Gran Tree!! It's the only hotel I'll stay in when I am in Bozeman! Also, The Tavern restaurant is awesome! Great food and service at reasonable prices with an eclectic menu! I stayed at the Gran Tree last month on two separate occasions. Both stays were great and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable with their covid rules. The room was clean and quiet and I was able to check in early without any issues. I would definitely stay here again when in Bozeman.

Bozeman is beautiful and there are many choices of hotels for accommodation. The Gran Tree has always treated us well. The rates are competitive and the accommodations are very comfortable. The restaurant is a nice convenience and the food is good.

I stayed at this location in late October of 2020. They had friendly staff, clean rooms, and a good pet area. They appeared to be encouraging people to take measures to avoid the spread of COVID 19. I did not look around the hotel other than my room and the lobby.

Attractive motel. Clean. But disappointed in not requiring face masks. Very confused why the signs require masks but no one enforces. The safety of customers should be a top priority. Because of the lack of enforcement, we now are concerned about exposure to Covid.

The good first....this property is very conveniently located and has many services and amenities. We were able to get our car washed right next door and there were many restaurants nearby. It was one of the few hotels we stayed in on our 2 week national park trip that started in California that served a dine in breakfast. We were given vouchers for breakfast and complimentary evening beverages. The breakfast was excellent and our server was wonderful. However, the dining room was pretty full and social distancing was being stretched. The not so good.....check-in did not go well. We were traveling with another couple and had booked our rooms at the same time and requested they be near one another. Their room was ready, but ours wasn't and wouldn't be for awhile. We had been on the road all day and were very tired. I just wanted to get into a room and relax, so we said we would take one that was ready rather than be near our friends. I had booked a deluxe king to have some extra room, but when we got to the room it was a standard king. The desk clerk didn't mention we would be in a standard room. I was too tired to go back to the desk and complain, so I don't know if a standard was all that was immediately available or if she just didn't notice that was what we had reserved. That being said we stayed in Best Westerns the majority of the time and this was the smallest room we had of the 4 we stayed in.

The room was in a great location. Shower head was not that great. The casino attendant working our first night was super rude but the one working the second night was great. The food was super spendy in the resaraunt. The front desk staff were nice but could use more training and clarification on how to do things. A higher attention to detail would benefit them.

One of the worst hotel rooms I have stayed in for quite a while. I will give the reasonably comfortable beds credit - they were fine. Beyond that, the carpet was in the “I definitely don't want to walk around without socks on” category. Ugly, dated and worn. The bathroom was right out of 1972. Heavy tiled floor, tub enclosure looks like the kind of thing my dad would install in a rental home back in the 70s. Furnishings are uniformly dated (1970s style heavy oak). I literally didn't want to touch the draperies, for fear of dislodging a torrent of dust from the Carter administration.

We moved from Minnesota to Washington State with our cat and our dog. The drive was long, so we were relieved to find such a comfortable place to spend the night that accepted our pets. The lounge was an extra bonus - great service, food and beverages... upscale sports bar ambiance... loved it!

We stayed here for the last 3 nights of our 2 week vacation. It was very clean besides the small area that was being renovated. For whatever reason we were upgraded to a king suite, very nice. Bed was big and comfy, room was clean, restaurant looked clean. We only got a drink at the bar. Tv was nice. It was in a convenient location, we would definitely stay here again.

I rarely, if ever, leave a bad review but this place is GROSS. To start with the positives, the front desk staff was great and helpful. They put us in our original room and the pull out sofa was not working (not their fault) and they delivered new keys quickly and were very friendly. Negatives: The hallways reek of marijuana. Someone was smoking in halls which made the mustiness even worse. It looks like it has been very long time since they've upgraded their carpeting and paint. Our room was big which was nice but we brought our dog and I swear she got fleas FROM the room. We were all itchy and had the heeby jeebies. If you're going to be a pet friendly hotel, YOU MUST HAVE hard floors that can be sanitized after stays. Dogs in carpeted rooms are just gross and I include my dog!! They just can't and don't thoroughly clean them after each guest. All of the lamp shades were askew which was small and petty.... The outside was pretty weak also. Walked the dog around the back and the dumpster was overflowing with bags of trash on the ground and the gate to the enclosure was open. We had a very positive experience at a Best Western Plus in Somers so we thought to give this a try. Big Pass.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and tidy. The food in the restaurant was good but service was slow. It was not quiet due to barking dogs and clearly being able to hear full conversations in the next room or in the hallways. I didn't feel comfortable having phone conversations knowing that the people in the next room could probably hear every word. I was looking forward to having a City Brew at the hotel, however the machine was broken during my entire week long stay.

The Best Western Plus in Bozeman was superior and less expensive than the one in West Yellowstone. That is probably because the one in West Yellowstone is at the entrance to Yellowstone Park. We loved Ted's Montana Grill for dinner and the Western Cafe for breakfast in Bozeman!

The room was very clean and location was right off the highway. The restaurant and bar was very good. We felt very safe. The people were very nice and helpful. We will stay again when in the area. The pool area looked nice but we did not use it. There was also a nice patio to eat at.

I only stayed here one night, as I found myself in Bozeman unexpectedly on a Yellowstone trip (dog was in pain and I needed vet care. Don't worry, he's fine now!) but I definitely want to return later this summer when I head back out to the area with my sister. Staff is very friendly and rooms are just your standard Best Western rooms. Nothing to write home about, but it was clean, I got a good night sleep, it was quiet. That's what ya need, right? The corridors are a bit dark and dated, but meh. Not a huge deal. The fitness center was amazing. This is probably the best Best Western fitness center I've been in. It was huge, all new equipment and it rivals some 5-star hotels in Asia I've stayed in. I was very impressed. I could see lots of conferences happening here - there is a lot of communal space and it all looks pretty nice. What I really loved was the restaurant. I typically avoid hotel restaurants because I am usually disappointed. When the staff member who checked me in said that the restaurants is popular with locals, I was interested. I was interested, but also tired. I had a dog in pain, which obviously worried me sick, seeing a vet in a town hundreds of miles from home, and I didn't want to go out again. I ate dinner at the restaurant and was VERY impressed. This food was the best I had on my trip! You get a coupon for breakfast (no free breakfast here) and it is AMAZING. I repeat - AMAZING. I swear I will come back and stay here just for the omelette.

I visited the Grantree want my aunt for a wedding. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. In particular, Connor was very kind. I had to catch an Uber and didn't have a face mask, so he hooked me up with an extra mask that he had! Ben

From the photo posted of their hotel, you would expect this to be a relatively nice facility. We were sorely disappointed. To begin with, the front desk clerk referenced the fact that I had booked through a third-party at least twice while checking me in and then proceeded to give us a room on the far backside of the property. When we entered from that area, the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke and were dark and dingy. Our room, which was supposed to be two queens,was small and not as advertised. we could barely fit our small suitcases in the room, and had to continuously walk over each other to get somewhere. The property is dated, and just smells stuffy and unclean. Especially in light of the COVID-19 situation, I would have expected better. Finally, the next morning when we went downstairs to check out the breakfast, the waitress was incredibly rude, grabbing the menus from me and dunking them in a cleaning solution before I could even figure out what was on the menu. She did not speak to me, only glared. Honestly, I would not recommend this hotel and would suggest patrons look elsewhere for lodging.

The hotel has a great restaurant and bar, but I was unable to use it due to COVID-19, so it's hard saying not knowing, but it looked nice. My king bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great. Room didn't smell, and the tempurature was easily adjustable.

Gran Tree Inn is 90 minutes easy drive on good roads from Yellowstone and about 15 minutes from the airport in Bozeman with a free shuttle. It was a good choice for the night between arriving in Bozeman and leaving for Yellowstone the next day. The on-site restaurant was really good. Had both dinner and breakfast there. Nice conference rooms.

Booked this hotel online and within an hour my credit card information was hacked. The Fraud Department at our bank confirmed that this is a problem with the Best Western interface that has you key in credit card information.

The staff and service was profesional, friendly and helpful. Location is ideal for a variety of activities and the van will provide transportation downtown if desired. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Wifi was a bit slow with standard connection.

We were there to attend the MT State H.S. basketball tournament. The hotel was full to capacity. Service was outstanding throughout, with special kudos to our server, Mason, who handled the entire tavern/grill with no problem. Restaurant food portions were large, inexpensive, and delicious. I heard no complaints from anyone in our very large party. I heartily recommend this hotel and restaurant!

20 minute drive from Bridger Bowl Ski Resort. Awesome bar on the premises with great food. Casino room adjacent to the bar/restaurant. Heated indoor pool and hot tub. Close to airport and nearby tourist attractions. Big Sky Resort is only an hour and 20 minutes away.

I attended a conference here as a speaker and found it a great place to hold an event. The conference rooms are large and well-equipped and the food was excellent. Also my room was extremely comfortable and beautifully furnished. The microwave and refrigerator were very helpful and made my stay even better. Bozeman is a wonderful small city and the GranTree is the perfect place to stay. I plan to come back!

This is a very quiet hotel, somewhat updated, but very nice. The restaurant is actually very good for a hotel restaurant. Excellent service and just an overall good hotel. We were upgraded on our 2nd night (after spending one night in Yellowstone) We didn't ask for an upgrade, they just told us we were getting one. Great upgraded rooms with huge jacuzzi. They let us leave our car at no extra charge while we were on our excursion.

Love this hotel... great location in Bozeman, and the airport shuttle made it very convenient. Extensive breakfast, rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Restaurant was great, too.

A number of problems encountered at this hotel. We weren't told and there was no printed information that a shuttle was available to downtown, so we spent over $70 on Uber for four rides (two each way). We were only given information from GranTree about the shuttle to/from the airport. Thankfully we didn't have a car because the parking lot was a mess - icy and not plowed. Sunday morning a transformer blew and the kitchen had to shut down. We couldn't use our breakfast vouchers and had to go into town as it was an area-wide power outage. Now we're being told breakfast won't be served tomorrow morning, either. "Sorry for the inconvenience" is the only apology (from a manager). No money back. No free drinks. Oh - they'll have a limited menu for dinner tonight, and lunch tomorrow, but no breakfast!? Is that because the breakfasts are already paid for and they are not giving any money back, whereas dinner and lunch will bring in cash? The room was fine other than the plastic shower enclosure and no place to hang hand towels by the sink. I'm concerned because we'll be staying at another Best Western establishment next month in Slovenia. It's a premiere hotel and hopefully a higher quality. Overall a disappointing experience.

Every couple of years, our photo club takes a number of members into Yellowstone NP. Each time, we've used the Best Western GranTree as our starting and ending location. Easy to get to and very nice at a very competitive price point, it features a very good restaurant (several members raved about their breakfast) and higher quality than one often finds in this class hotel. On top of that, the front desk staff are super. Helful, funny, with personalities and willing to solve your problem quickly and completely. Well done. We'll be back again,.

The staff was very helpful and professional, the room was clean and spacious, and the restaurant was good for all meals and drinks. In addition, the courtesy van service was a nice extra, with a ride to a local store as well as the usual airport transportation.

After a cancelled flight, the airline sent me to the Best Western Gran Tree. Unfortunately the airline made a mistake because the hotel was booked. The receptionist, Saila, spent over an hour on the phone, dealing with the airline and helping me to find another room for the night. She did this even though I was not a guest at the BW. Finally, she organized for the BW hotel shuttle drove me to the other hotel! Saila is THE BEST! She went above and beyond to help! Thank you so much! Harald

The front desk was pleasant if a bit confusing about checkout. The room was not overly big but was big enough. Bathroom was clean and the beds comfortable. The location is convenient to the highway but not noisy.

They have a very helpful staff any thing you need. Except slippers and robe would be nice. Bridget & Betsy morning desk people are great. If your are a night owl you'll love the front desk man Omar. He can help you with all your needs. Plus the driver Josh will take you were you need to go. And he is one he'll of a worker. Never seen someone sweet so hard ( he has many other jobs other than just driving) way to go night shift. Don't forget about the bar/restaurant and casino them people do a great job.

We've been here before but this time really cinched it! Traveling with our dog poses different challenges. This BW had it figured out!! The pool's outside grassy courtyard was shoveled and used for the pups break area. This worked great and was much better than slipping around the parking lot edges. Thanks for the poop dump box too!! The room was really clean and the towels and sheets were softer than most hotels! Slept well - so thank you!!

We spent 2 nights here as they were changing over to a new lock system as explained to us by the young lady who checked us in. We couldn't get into the hotel when we went around to park but between another guest and us we managed. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. We had dinner at the attached sports bar and it was fine. We had a 20 percent off coupon for breakfast but it was pricey for what it was. You might check out the super Walmart across the street for other options. We had a microwave and frig in the room along with a Keurig if you are a coffee drinker. Parking was an issue one day as it appeared there was a conference but after 5 there was no problem. Plenty of towels and soap products. There is a coin operated washer and dryer which is nice for travelers. The steppers and treadmills in the gym were a bit dated and worked ok for their age. Very friendly front desk staff and maintenance guy working on the tile in the lobby. Big gas station next door for drinks and snacks and a burger joint attached. Convenient to highway access but none of the noise. Overall a good stay.

The Gran Tree is always warm and welcoming, a truly comfortable stay with friendly people and great food. Always very clean with an extremely supportive staff. I have never had a bad stay at the Gran Tree and I have been enjoying stays here since 1997.

Terrific room, great bed, clean bathroom and plenty of space. Restaurant is good, service is quick and friendly. Price is economical. Couldn't ask for more. I'm beginning to believe the Best Western chain may have moved ahead of the rest in the motel business. They have certainly earned mine!

Excellent stay. The staff was so friendly. Every single one of them!! Great food too! Rooms were clean and modern. I always like having a white comforter when staying in a hotel. This is a well run hotel!

Stayed here one night on our wayto Yellowstone NP. Arrived Bozeman Airport and after calling hotel, waited about 35 minutes for shuttle. Our room on the first floor was pretty much just average. Decor a bit tired and dark. Our friends had a room on the other end of the 1st floor by the pool. Not recommended! A youth hockey team was placed all around them and were quite loud plus the fact that they were making a ton of noise in the pool. Avoid First floor!!! The reason we chose this hotel was that the shuttle bus to Yellowstone picks up here every day at 12:30 which was extremely convenient. Restaurant was average. Not sure I would stay here again. Might try to research another place in Bozeman and just Uber over to catch the shuttle bus. IMO this is NOT a best western plus, but if you are catching the shuttle to Yellowstone, its super convenient.

We stopped here before our trip to Yellowstone. It's a full service facility with a good sports bar. Rooms are average and they do a lot of conferences. Conveniently located near town and other shopping and their shuttle will take you wherever you want to go. Friendly folks. Good place not a great place.

We have never failed to be greeted by friendly, accommodating staff, the facility is clean, the rooms are nice and the Club Tavern & Grill are excellent for an onsite motel restaurant & lounge. I have also attended conferences at the Gran Tree, and we were well fed and well taken care of.

Nice hotel stay on my way to Yellowstone National Park. Shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was nice. Also, being able to use the shuttle to the Museum of the Rockies was helpful. I was able to use the restaurant for dinner, and the gas station and convenience store next door helped with last minute items for my trip. I appreciated the shuttle service from the airport, and also that the Yellowstone National Park bus shuttle picked up at the hotel. I was traveling solo and did not have to rent a vehicle during my stay. I would recommend this hotel as a good place to overnight if traveling through Bozeman onto Yellowstone.

We had a comfortable clean room but the window looked on to the atrium where many people passed through. We could hear their conversations. The swimming pool is not enclosed and is part of the atrium, so swimmers enjoying the pool and having fun echoed throughout the atrium; naturally, that noise came right through our window glass. Thankfully the pool closed at 10 PM, which is much later than our bedtime but it was quiet once the swimmers left. The dining room was a sports bar so it was lively and noisy. Seemed to be a local hangout.

The bed was awesome! The room was quiet. The airport shuttle fantastic. The restaurant service left MUCH to be desired. The kitchen was extremely slow even though the place wasn't busy. We were compensated for the inconvenience, but we were too tired and hungry.

This is the best hotel for a family stay! We enjoyed to pool, loved the food at the restaurant, and all the staff was superb! Highly recommend to anyone traveling for any occasion. Will definitely be back next time we are in Bozeman!

Our hotel room was clean, comfortable and roomy! Our check in process was quick and simple, and the clerk was kind and friendly. This was a great place to stay and we will return when we are in Bozeman again.

The Gran Tree Inn is the best place to stay in Bozeman, MT.. Love the sports bar and the restaurant food is always very good. So nice to just walk down the hall to access these amenities. Also convenient location.

Called hotel and booked my stay. Halfway between Portland and Bozeman I realized it only had me through thurs not sat. I called and they were booked full. By the time I got there, they had accomodated my stay, upgraded me to a king suite and adjusted the price to my original room rate- Yay!

Everything was great during my stay in Bozeman. The meeting room was very close to my room and the hot tub was a delight after a long day of work and travel. Great place to stay when your in Bozeman for business or pleasure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was attentive and very customer service oriented. Our deluxe room was clean and nice. The food in the restaurant was great, as we enjoyed dinner and breakfast the next morning. When we got there, the two front desk employees were talking to one another and as we walked up they immediately stopped talking to welcome us with warm and friendly smiles putting their focus and attention on us, as guests. I truly appreciate them. We also asked for an item from the cleaning staff who was in the hallway the next morning cleaning rooms. The employee quickly found what we needed. We will be back.

Stop here once a year for business travel. Friendly staff,clean rooms and an awesome Restaurant bar. Great food, and a lot of it. This place has everything you need. Close to interstate. Will definately stop again next year.

Always look forward to staying at the Gran Tree. The shuttle Bus is Great. The folks at the front desk are polite, professional and very helpful. I usually get a room near the hot tub which is a added bonus. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The Bar and restaurant are outstanding. Couldn't ask for a better stay. Out of a possible 10 I would give it a12.

Excellent location, staff and stay. The restaurant accommodates both evening dinner and morning breakfast desires. Close to the interstate w/ free WiFi & parking. This last sentence is to hit my 200 character minimum and is not intended to make any sense what so ever ;)

Literally every single staff member we came in contact with was SO NICE! The room was clean, nothing overly special. The bar/restaurant has a chill atmosphere. The shuttle service is the best part of staying here besides the super friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend.

Overall, I was happy with the room. It was clean, TV worked and towels present. Only staying one night this time so decided to try the attached restaurant instead of driving downtown Bozeman. Went first to the bar but all 4 open stool spaces had dirty plates, unfinished dinks, etc. so went to hostess stand. Two young ladies there. She asked me first if I would be ok with the bar and I told her about the dirty dishes. She said 'OK' with emphasis on the 'K' as if 'Now I have to see what tables are available'. There were plenty available. The other girl sat me and a waitress came within about 5 minutes. Asked me what I wanted to drink. Told her beer and she said 'OK, be right back with your beer and take your order.' Last I saw of her until 20 minutes later two people she obviously knew sat at table in front of me and she appeared very quickly, chit chatted and got them their drinks. When she turned around she noticed me and went to get my beer which had been sitting on the bar now for bout 15 minutes. I got up to leave, told her I was not happy with the service and she laughed. Yea, laughed. Going by the hostess stand I told them the same thing, and they laughed. Guess that's why it cost more to eat downtown, the staff does not laugh at you.

Very clean hotel and loved the staff. Extremely helpful and made me feel at home! From the moment we walked in they were lively and just happy to be at work. I congratulate the manager on hiring these types of professionals who enjoy coming to work as it directly translates to phenomenal customer satisfaction. Will definitely be staying here again.

Clean, NO BREAKFAST, GOOD BAR, Food fair $, good service by all staff. Make sure room is what you requested - Really long hall ways for older guest, Hallways confusing when tired after long drives and not good for retired guest. Door locks work well, but don,t forget plastic key - a hell of a walk around the building to get to the front desk. Small pool, but again a long ways from most rooms. Building has very large conferance and meeting rooms.

This hotel is great! Very cozy, very clean. The restaurant/bar is very good and has a fun atmosphere. I stay at this hotel for work a few times a year and it is consistently good. Recently installed elevators.

We stayed here 2 nights in May. When we arrived about 4:30 pm, Savannah greeted us and checked us in quick and easy. We were given meal & drink coupons for the onsite restaurant. Our room, #148 ($253 for 2 nights), was clean with updated furnishings, had a microwave, fridge and safe, and plenty of electrical outlets. The A/C was quiet, very good water pressure, and the sink was separate from the toilet (a great idea in my opinion). All the rooms have interior entry and good wifi. The hotel is easy to get to from I-90, has plenty of free parking, and was quiet. The onsite restaurant, The Club Tavern and Grill, is excellent as well. We ate breakfast twice and dinner twice. The first night's dinner consisted of the Whiskey Burger (bacon jam, whiskey bbq sauce, & caramelized onions) with fries and a Bozone Amber beer for me and chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and veggies with the same beer ($34). The second night's dinner was 10 oz sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and onion strings with the Bozone Amber beer ($25 meal, $5 beer) and baby back ribs, mashed potatoes, and slaw ($23) with same beer. First morning breakfast was eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, sausage ($20) and second morning was pancakes for both of us ($22). All the food was excellent and our various servers, Carly, Marina, Mason, were great. Although we didn't use them, the hotel has a casino and pool (I thought Oklahoma had a lot of casinos but I believe Montana has it beat). I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in the area.

The event staff was outstanding!! I would highly recommend this venue. Every staff member I came in contact with was very knowledge and helpful. We held a convention there over a weekend and the staff was top notch from start to finish.

First off when I walked into the lobby on 9/25/19, I was greeted by a great big beautiful smile with a big welcoming greeting from Ali! I had stopped in to inquire about checking in early by 4 days! I checked online and this hotel shows completely booked. My company has me stay at another close by hotel for the 4 days until I can get in here but I love this place and you will see why. Ali did some moving adjusting switching and maybe a little conniving. She worked hard and made it happen. Now I don't have to stay at another place for 4 days until my reservation starts at BW. This is the type of personal service that you just can't get on the Internet. Fast friendly and Ali even signed me up for a deal, stay 2 nights get 1 free. I didn't even know about it!!! Thank you so much Ali for making this a great experience. hotel has a nice lobby and great restaurant and comfortable rooms. The food at the restaurant was very good and the price was excellent. Serving staff, both bar and table were excellent. Very friendly and informative. Hotel shuttle will transport you anywhere in Bozeman and of course the airport. I used the shuttle to visit the Museum of the Rokies. This is a must do! Just ask at the front desk. Saila at the front desk is pretty remarkable in remembering my name and room number when ever I requested a shuttle. This extra class of service was much appreciated and impressive. Pool and hot tub clean and relaxing. We chose to walk to close restaurants. Don't miss out on the Cateye Cafe or Jams Restaurants. Both are about 1 mile walking. Maid service is offered daily and did a great job.

Awesome hotel with many things to do. Adults can go to casino, swimming for all and great location. Staff very friendly and room was awesome. Location of hotel was very easy to get in and out of and rooms were very quiet!

Best Western Plus is a clean and comfortable experience. Lobby/Restaurant is bustling and lively. It's close to shopping (Walmart etc.), Gas Stations, I-90 and MSU. Fridge/Microwave in room is very useful. Sink outside of bathroom is good. For breakfast, explore downtown Bozeman, it's worth driving to.

The beds were good, my husband loved watching football on the big TV. However, the room smelled musty, it was spotless and the carpet and paint were relatively new, but there was definitely a moldy smell. The room was small and the bathroom vanity was small and cramped without any towel holders. We have been on a 12 day road trip and have stayed at BW Plus Hotels in Coeur D'Alene, Idaho, Billings Montana and Cody Wyoming. Of the 4 hotels, this was the most expensive and I feel gave us the least value. No complementary breakfast, a 20% off at an adjoining restaurant, when we went to get breakfast, there was a 20 minute wait time, we did not wait. I was expecting a lot more for the price we paid. Very disappointing, will not recommend this Hotel to anyone.

My title says it all. This was by far the most welcoming stay I have ever had at any hotel. As soon as the shuttle came to pick me up, I was greeted by Spenser, who was such a happy and friendly guy! Then I met Keegan at the reception desk who was also super friendly, everyone was. Even the bar in the hotel, all the bartenders were so friendly and welcoming. I got the feeling like this is like family right away! Loved the complimentary shuttle into town. The food in the bar in the hotel was outstanding! Try the Bloody Mary. The next time I'm in Bozeman I am definitely coming back to this place :)

I stayed in one of the King Bed rooms. My room was right across from the ice machine and I didn't hear anything. Beautiful room. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Food was amazing. Will definitely stay again!

Checked in with two small dogs, paid pet fees of $20. Which was fine. After check out I was notified and charge a addtional $70 for pet hair in the room. I have traveled with pets for years and never been charged for shedding pet hair. Beware pet owners, Bozeman BW not pet friendly.

I had an MVA outside of Bozeman. It was terrifying! I had to collect myself and figure out my plan to get home to Oregon. I found this Best Western and the staff was so helpful and kind. They kindly let me store the remainder of my stuff from my car in their staff holding area for a few days until a friend was able to grab it to bring it to me. They went above and beyond to help me. Carl, the onsite manager, was lovely and so considerate. The bellman even took my stuff to store it away. It was a wonderful way to end a rough couple of days. These guys are awesome! (And my salad was very tasty and the service excellent, too!)

We were in Bozeman for a family wedding and stayed within an easy drive of locations. The room was comfortable and clean, with an excellent shower. The place has its own restaurant & bar, but does not offer a complimentary breakfast. Soda from the bar is complimentary. Pool is nice and there is an outdoor area away from traffic (though too hot to consider this trip).

My husband & I stayed at this BW one night prior to flying home after our Yellowstone NP vacation. The room was nice & even had a recliner! The restaurant on site, The Club Tavern & Grill, was a fun place to eat. The TV's in the restaurant were tuned to the Montana State football game & many locals were there to cheer them on! The food was delicious & service was great! Only con for this hotel was the reception staff was not very friendly but at least they were efficient.

Great stay at BW Plus GranTree Inn in Bozeman, MT. We were not disappointed with the many amenities available on the property (onsite casino, restaurant, gas station, etc). The restaurant food and services were excellent. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect for our itinerary (Yellowstone). Access to the hotel was relatively easy to get to and close to shopping and all the main highways, etc. Our room had ample space for 3 of us and best of all it was comfortable, very clean, quiet and everything was in good working order. Many thanks to all the staff at GranTree for an excellent (2 nite) stay – we would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others. Good value for the money.

We had a great stay. The restaurant breakfast was the best one in a Best Western that we have ever seen and we travel extensively. This hotel has everything a person would want for a lengthy stay; even a casino

We stayed here purposely because we have a little dog and they were supposed to be pet friendly but after we checked in, we were made to sign a paper saying that we would not leave our dog in our room without us being there with him under penalty of a $100 fine. They had given us discount coupons for the restaurant which we were looking forward to using but since we couldn't leave the dog in the room and we couldn't take the dog into the restaurant we were not able to eat there or anywhere else as it was way too hot to leave the dog in our vehicle. We had to go buy hamburgers and eat them in the room. The claim that they are pet friendly really isn't true. Just because they accept pets doesn't make them pet friendly and actually turns the owners into prisoners of their room.

Came here to find out there is a mini casino on site. We were on the road trip and only stopped at Vegas for a quick lunch. A time to try our luck. The hotel offers discount coupons for the on-site restaurant, BOGO drinks for the night (I needed them) and discounts to the breakfast (the location does not offer complimentary breakfast). Our dinner was great.The waiter was very friendly. We had breakfast at the same on-site restaurant. Our waitress seemed to forget about us all the time. Missing items here and there.

We have stayed at the Best Western Grantree Inn Bozeman many times. The highlight is their customer service and reach for excellence. The rooms are clean, nice and the hotel is well located. The restaurant and bar on the premises is also excellent.

Several positives; good location, clean room, comfortable bed, good restaurant. Arrived at around 4pm and was unable to check in due to “computer problems “. Unacceptable. I reserved the room with the reasonable expectation that I could check in when I arrived, following a twelve hour drive. The staff apologized profusely and also offered drink coupons. What would have been more appropriate would have been a break on the rate as I didn't get full use of the room. I finally got checked in a little before six. Then I got to enjoy the squealing of children for the next several hours through the not so noise proofed walls. A comedy of errors to be sure, but with so many hotel options in town I certainly won't be back to this one.

Great service, the staff must enjoy their jobs because they were all friendly and helpful. I stayed on the first floor, it was quiet. Room was clean, bed comfortable, slept great. Plan to stay here on my next trip to Bozeman.

The room was nice , however, the pool was disappointing. There were used towels everywhere and underage children in the Jacuzzi making it hard to use it. we finally just got in and they the kid that was cleaning the area told us he was going to close the pool area 10 minutes early so we would have to get out of the Jacuzzi. that was one of the reasons we picked this locations in the first place. we had waited for the underage kids to get out and now we're forced to get out early. Then the restaurant got our order wrong and my husband had to go back and they realky weren't very nice about it. They also charged us for a "Suite" when it was basically a room with a 3 foot high divider that stuck out about 3 feet. i wasted a $50 voucher that I had been saving for a special event since we don't get out much because of my health issues on a room that was nothing special. Very, Very disapointed....

Our truck had s mechanical problem and we needed to stay overnight in Bozeman. We called a number of hotels to try and locate a pet friendly place, and finally lucked out with Best Western. The bed was comfortable, there was a quiet area to walk the dog. The room was clean. We were quite satisfied. Only thing that could have added to our stay would have been a free breakfast buffet. For nearly $200/room it seems reasonable. They have a restaurant and give 20% off coupon but we didn't want that. Something quick & easy is our way. Also, the coffee in the room was not tasty. We dumped it and got some elsewhere. But it was a good sleep.

The Best Western GranTree is a Fabulous Property. The Staff is always attentive, Kind, and Cheerful. I have stayed at this Property many times and I have never been disappointed. BW Plus Gran Tree Inn goes above and beyond the ordinary to make sure it's quests are cared for. The facility is very comfortable and having The Club Bar & Grill Restaurant on the premises is definetely an assist. The food is wonderful and the servers are the most friendly and efficient that we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. There is a pool, hot tub and fitness room. The bedding is beyond belief. We had the best five night sleep that we have had in our entire lives. Would like to exchange the beds that we have in our home.

It was fine. Way better that any other hotel in that area. My room overlooked the indoor pool, which made the room very dark, no outside light. Also, no privacy when window curtains were open, as it was also facing rooms on the other side of the pool.

Was shopping around Bozeman with my friend for girls day. The traffic was horrible and people everywhere... we wanted a drink a light snack and just regroup... THIS PLACE WAS PERFECT.. first drink free cuz we did a little gambling discount on food. Sweet spot for sure

We travel with a pet, the checkin staff were eager to meet him and gave him a nice treat. We stayed in a suite which was very nice, clean and comfy bed. We got great food and service in the restaurant, with friendley service. We would definitely return to Bozeman.

I was warmly greeted by the desk staff when checking in for the night. Our room was spacious and located on the ground floor which was appreciated by these senior travelers. It was nicely furnished and decorated and the king bed was very comfortable! We were very pleased to find a Keurig coffeemaker in our room, a huge amenity in our opinion! The parking lot and grounds were very clean and well lit. The restaurant was outstanding, a great menu and fantastic service by the hostess, our server and even a manager who checked on us. This older property is every bit as up to date as a newer hotel. It's located away from the Interstate so there is no traffic noise to contend with. All in all, a very enjoyable stay!

Our group traveled from NC, GA & TX and rendezvoused at the Best Western Gran Tree. The staff (Thank you, Savannah)! couldn't have been more helpful by allowing us to park a vehicles & trailers in a secure place while we traveled for a couple of weeks by motorcycles. We enjoyed terrific service in the restaurant and Grace, our server, was personality plus. The housekeeping staff was superb and we enjoyed talking with them during our stay. I cannot say enough good about our experience at the Gran Tree!

I wanted to like this hotel; we stayed there twice. When you walk in, you think it is modern and new, but the rooms seemed tired and old. This Best Western does not have a complimentary breakfast; they give you discount coupons on drinks and meals. We preferred to have breakfast in a quiet local restaurant that made it's own bread and served fabulous food. Our room was quiet and we slept well. We could park close by. I saw that they were filled to capacity, probably partly due to a great location just off the interstate. We found it convenient that they are also just across the street from a large Walmart. There is a pool full of families having a great time (hint: if you want quiet, request a room far from the pool). There is also a laundry area available for guests who want to wash and dry some clothes, a nice convenience. We didn't use the restaurant in the hotel; the menu didn't interest us and there are some really good restaurants in Bozeman. During the day, all the parking spaces were filled by people attending conferences in the very large and modern conference center - five different groups on one day while we were there. It seems to me that the hotel has put most of their money into the conference center and entry and needs to invest a little more in the rooms.

I had earned a free night and since we work inside Yellowstone for NPS, we used this as our date night. The service, room and comfort made our night. The pool/hot tub are located on the inside, since weather was bad we took advantage of both. So relaxing. Thank you, Best Western

I was in Bozeman for a wedding and I was supposed to get a block room price. I was charged $170.00 a night for an average, one king bed room. There was nothing special about the room. The rooms are clean but dated. Also, I found out as I was checking out they offer a discount at the hotel restaurant for guests. This would have been helpful as I ate there twice. I recommend saving your money and go the Holiday Inn Express down the street for $100.00 a night. One the plus side the food at the restaurant was wonderful.

We had a great stay. Betsy and the housekeeping staff were extremely exceptional. They made our stay extra special. We enjoyed the pool and workout room. We will recommend this hotel to all our friends and family.

The Grantree is exceptional for Montana hospitality. The restaurant/bar offers a great menu and good value. The rooms are quiet and have great beds. The staff is very friendly and professional. The price is most reasonable with dining and drink coupons. Make this your base camp for all your Montana sightseeing !

I am not a huge fan of Best Western, but this one is an exception. We stayed here in conjunction with a Yellowstone National Park tour we took, and it was a very good experience. First off, the staff listens and cares about the consumer! I asked for a quiet room, and they listened! They also were so accommodating in providing complimentary shuttle service not only to and from the airport but also around town. One of the drivers was not particularly personable; one was great. Both got us where we wanted to go comfortably and on time. Hotel is in convenient location to downtown. The hotel also stored unneeded luggage for us during the three days we were on our tour, and it was ready and waiting for us when we returned. Beds were very comfortable, and rooms were clean and comfortable with good lighting and seating. We booked a king suite which was perfect for our needs. The restaurant food was quite good, and a 20% discount is offered for breakfast if you are staying there. There is also a drink coupon. We appreciated being able to do laundry (two washers and dyers on premises which take quarters), and there is a computer area as well as a small slot machine casino!

The only thing more magnificent than the beauty of the hotel and surrounding scenery is the staff at the GranTree. After taking their shuttle service to the airport, I realized that I had left my cell phone in the hotel lobby. The front desk staff found my cell phone and made a special shuttle run to the airport to ensure I would receive my cell phone before my flight left. Add to that, the world's best omelet their restaurant serves and this is a place you must stay if your go to Bozeman.

The room rate was excellent, especially considering the onset of the tourism season. The coupons for the lounge and restaurant were much appreciated. I was traveling on business, and the wait staff and other guests made the visit seem like I was not alone on the trip.

I can definitely see why this place is a Best Western “Plus” - it felt like a very nice hotel and offered great dining, drinks, and atmosphere. The staff was really friendly and the room was immaculate. Lots of good restaurants around, and the Montana mountains in the distance were lovely. I would definitely stay again!

The hotel is not far from the Bozeman airport and both the West and North entrance of Yellowstone. We stayed in a room that was split with 2 TVs that was great for a family. The pool and sauna were perfect recreation after visiting Yellowstone Park.

We recently stayed for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary and it was awesome. First, I had to call prior to arrival to confirm and extend our stay which could've been difficult because we had booked the first night via a travel site online. Kaygen was awesome on the phone and got us a second night at a great rate and made sure we didn't have to move rooms. At arrival, (Saturday afternoon 5/25) the front desk clerks (Janet, Saila, and a third female) were awesome! Especially Janet who chatted with us and gave us a goodie bag for our anniversary which was a super sweet surprise. Our room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the bar one evening and appreciated the bogo coupon on drinks. Again great service at the bar (Saturday evening 5/25 female bartender). We had breakfast at the restaurant (5/26) and it was tasty and our server (female, college age, maybe Latino) was attentive and friendly. The city brew espresso machine wasn't working at breakfast so that was a bummer but no big deal. When we went out for our anniversary dinner, JC took us and picked us up in the shuttle which was again an awesome extra special touch, he was super fun. The hot tub and pool were nice. They (front desk around 8-9am female 5/27) allowed us to sleep in and have a late check out, just an awesome place!

Room was great. The bed and linen was so comfortable. We loved the chair in the room. The pool and hottub was great. We had a drink in the lounge and it was such a great way to end our day. We will be back!

The employees are great and friendly and it's a nice hotel with good food, but don't stay here between June and September. They raise their rates (even for corporate stays) to a ridiculous level. We'll be cancelling our current 16 days of reserved rooms and two to four rooms weekly throughout the summer and finding a different place to stay.

The employees at this hotel are always super friendly and helpful. Shuttle driver was very efficient. Really great customer service. Plenty of parking. The hotel has a nice casino you can gamble in, relaxing and clean.

Helpful and welcoming reception team. Room clean and comfortable and well equipped. Sadly no breakfast, we should have noticed when booking but every other BW location we have used over the last two weeks all provided a good breakfast. GranTree only gave a discount voucher for the on-site eatery. A disappointment. Location OK for the town.

Your recent renovation considerably reducing the size of the dog area has not met with the approval of Freta the Wonder Dog.The dog run was the reason for us paying a premium over other lodgings accepting dog guests at less cost as she so enjoyed the off leash run. We have her agreement to use cost when selecting lodgings when staying in Bozeman.

The BW Grandtree is and older motel in Bozeman. While it has a decent sports bar restuarant is expensive even for Bozeman. For the quality of the rooms and the facility it is very much over priced. The staff is very nice and helpful and competent. Parking is adequate but access is challenging.

All fine. Quiet and comfortable. Rate was extremely high but guessing I got one of the last available rooms.I pay half this much in Oregon and California. Breakfast was wonderful and my server was so friendly.

The room was nice sized and quiet, the beds were very comfy. The room had a safe, microwave and a larger dorm-sized refrigerator. There was a restaurant onsite, The Club. We didn't get a chance to eat there due to a 25 minute wait. Went to a Mexican restaurant in walking distance that had good food. There was a small casino onsite, fun little spot. Friendly staff.

Had a wonderful Dinner for our Scouts Pack! The staff was absolutely amazing, the food was fantastic! Will be back again If I ever need an event held. Loved all the screens to have different slide shows thru out our function.

I wish we could have stayed longer. Our room was perfect in every way. The front desk first impression was spot on. We absolutely loved the room. We were traveling across the US and this was our favorite hotel along the way. Once again, thank you Best Western.

Recently my wife had a two-night business trip, and her company put her up at the BW+ GranTree. She enjoyed Bozeman and invited me to come with her on a return trip the following month. My flight brought me to Bozeman before lunch, and my wife was scheduled to arrive at 9:30 at night. After sitting in the hotel lobby for a couple of hours, another person who works for the same organization with my wife suggested that I ask if it would be possible to check in early. Around noon I approached the desk and showed a copy of my wife's work-ID, my drivers liscence, and a credit card (to protect the hotel in case I charged any “incidentals.” The desk clerk refused to allow me to check in. After waiting several more hours, my wife called the front desk and gave them the “OK” for me to check into our room. Again, they refused. By mid-afternoon, I saw many other guests checking in, so I asked to speak with the manager. Again, I offered an ID and a credit card to pay the full room charges. Again, I was refused. The manager stated that the contract with my wife's company prevented them from allowing me to check in. (My wife and I have the same last name.) My wife called the people at her company that coordinate the contracts. They stated that there is nothing in their contract that would prevent me from checking in. In fact, her company stated that they encourage family travel, when possible. This will be my last time at a Best Western. I should note that I have been very polite to everyone here. But 12 hours waiting on a lobby couch was NOT the experience that we had planned.

I recently had a business breakfast meeting at the GranTree Inn and got to tour their newly remodeled rooms. First off, the breakfast was great - thank you for your attention Bubba! Melissa Kostelecky showed us several rooms and explained how they accommodate guests for their many business meetings and conventions. Melissa and the staff at the GranTree have the ability and creativity to ensure that your business event goes on seamlessly. I was also very impressed with the new fitness facility and accessible rooms - very nice! They even have a lift not only for the pool but the hot tub too.

I've attended several conferences and events at the Best Western Plus GranTree Inn and have always had great service and excellent food and drinks. It's a great place for business travelers and the new gym is great. Great place to hold large events.

Room above avg, casino nice, restrnt GREAT. Staff outstanding. But felt I was in a dorm bsmnt. Area was being used by staff 4 cleaning & maintenance. Hallway ALWAYS filled with laundry bins, clng carts, mtc eqpmt & wshng & dryg of laundry.

Spent the night at the Gran Tree Inn on business. Typical Best Western Inn. Room was clean. Everything as expected. Only complaint was that the bed was lumpy. Could feel the indentation in the matress from the thousands of previous guests.

We stayed here while visiting Montana State. It's conveniently located In town and has nice accommodations. We checked in late and were greeted by friendly staff and a clean room. Would definitely stay here in the future.

The facilities are welcoming, everything was spotlessly clean, and food fantastic! The staff was most accomodating, as well. It is a dog friendly hotel and I appreciated the container of dog scooping bags and garbage can behind the hotel. Plus, there was an area to walk dogs safely.

The room was sparkling clean. Beds were comfortable. Fitness room was great. Front desk staff was friendly & helpful. Extremely quiet, I had a very peaceful night. Love this place! Best place to stay in Bozeman.

I spent 4 nights here for a conference. I found a lot to like. I got a king suite. It was very nice and spacious. The television is large. The sitting area is nice. The room was very clean. There was a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. The provided toiletries were high quality. Housekeeping was great. The staff was very friendly. There is a pool, exercise room, and guest laundry. The free wifi was more than adequate. The location is terrific. There is no complimentary breakfast, but the onsite restaurant is fantastic (which I will review separately). The only thing I really did not like, and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is because the bed was very hard and I woke up each morning with a back ache.

This is my favorite place to stay when I travel to Yellowstone National Park. I always stay here at least on the the way there. It has a great bar, hot tub. It is easy to get to the highway and downtown. Close to shopping.

I have stayed at a few different hotels in Bozeman. This was the first time at stayed at the Gran Tree Inn at Bozeman. It is my new go to place to stay. The check in was smooth. The room was comfortable. The restaurant and bar were great and the casino was a nice bonus.

First off, best sports bar in Bozeman, lots of screens, food from appetizers to lunch or dinner - outstanding food. Friendly staff! great location right off the I90, hotel is very clean, well run, staff is helpful.

I stayed here because I was having an outpatient medical procedure done and didn't want to drive the canyon afterwards. I picked this place because of the hot tub reviews, as well as - room service/food reviews and overall cleanliness. Their valet (which is normally used for airport transportation) was very kind and took me to my appointment and picked me up so I didn't have to drive at all... in between the time i left for the hospital and returned their hot tub some sort of malfunction and out of order .. completely devastated and frustrated as I was so looking forward to the comfort - they did arrange to have their guests be able to use the Days Inn pool/hot tub - after much consideration I decided to walk over there.. completely spaced to get the key for the hottub area, and had to walk all the way back down the hall to get it - - the guy at the front desk acted as if I was interrupting his netflix and brushing his hair and wearing clean clothes wasn't in his work ethic - he grunted something gave me the key and I was on my way! Ready for the relaxation and comfort of not only the heat more importantly the jets from the tub I pushed the jets button and nothing happened .. pushed again, nothing .. they guy in the pool said the jets didn't work - ARE YOU KIDDING! (reminder this is at Days Inn as Gran Tree found an alternative for their guests) .. I get my winter clothes back on - go back to the front desk to Mr. Hey-don't-bother-me-while-I'm-working-and-not-giving-a-darn-that-customer-service-is-my-job, I say excuse me, did you know the hot tub wasn't working - he said it's hot.. I said to me, if there's not jets - there's no working hot tub - I asked why he wouldn't at least tell me the jet weren't working when I asked for a key - his reply ... You're not a guest why do I care .. my reply - that's a jackass move! .. I went back over the Gran Tree and informed them that they may not want to offer the Days Inn option, as there are not jets. They apologized, and within seconds were on their computers trying to find an option - they did the best they could - which was upgrade me to a suite with a Jacuzzi tub for the following night (as they were full that night). The food service was so quick and the food was SO HOT and fresh! .. you HAVE TO try the Pizza - for breakfast I walked down to the restaurant to eat so I could get up and moving, holy moly it was so hard to decide what I wanted .. it all looked so good, and when the PHENOMENAL server told me everything was homemade, I had to do it - I ordered, pancakes, Biscuits and Gravy, and an Omlete with hashbrowns .. BEST BEST BEST Biscuits (mmmm I can still taste the homemade biscuit) I've ever had - hashbrowns were so hot and yummy and the pancake mouth watering .. (I didn't eat it all but I gave it a good shot!!) the hallways were so clean - all the lights worked, was always free of debris and most importantly to me - they were quiet! I did pretty good in the casino too .. HIGHLY recommended and will be visiting again in the future for FUN this time!

During our 3 day stay Hot tub and pool hours very limited or not functioning. Compensation a free beverage. I was asking for room rate price reduction because we booked for the amenities and they were not available.

Great hotel to stay at while driving through Montana. Loved having a restaurant on site so we didn't have to go out once we got there. Nice to have Walmart across the street to pick up a few things since we'd been on the road awhile. I'd definitely stay here again if traveling through.

I have a 14 hour drive at least once a month for work, I have been breaking up the drive and stopping at this BWP for a while now. If you get in early, they have a great restaurant for dinner and breakfast is pretty good too. They also have nice rooms and so far I have not been disappointed with any of my stays. I will even drive a couple more hours to make sure I can stay at this BWP over some of the others I've tried. Needles to say I like this one.

Just returned from a trip to Yellowstone and stayed at the Best Western Gran Tree before and after the trip into the park. The hotel is clean, great staff, large rooms, free shuttle to airport, and has a restaurant. The food in the restaurant has large portions and the service is great, even when there are multiple teams in town for sporting events. There is also a laundry available, which was located conveniently right across from my room on the return stay, but no noise could be heard. The internet is fast enabling quick transmission of photos and checking email. Walmart is right across the street for any needs, and also has a great souvenir shop in the store. Overall this is a nice hotel for any stay. I would definitely stay again.

Got,this room at the last minute. Clean and nice. Pet friendly! Things to know...... Walls are thin, we could really hear the water running in the next room as well as two women arguing. Breakfast is not included. Staff very friendly.

The hotel is comfortable and convenient, especially since there is a shuttle service to get you to and from the airport, downtown, and other nearby sightseeing spots. All the employees we interacted with were very helpful and professional.

Spent a very restful night at this property in transit to Yellowstone NP. The airport shuttle is a nice bonus. Young, enthusiastic, friendly, front desk staff made the welcome even more pleasant. They do give you a coupon for 20% off breakfast and a coupon good for BOGO on beer and drinks in their on-site restaurant. Generous portions for breakfast and LARGE burgers for lunch. Don't leave the property for a chain restaurant, eat here and get attentive service and yummy food. Don't miss the chocolate covered coffee beans they offer in the evening at the front desk.

We stayed in Yellowstone for a week on the way to and from Yellowstone we stayed at the Best Western in Bozeman.. both times staying was great... there was a little hiccup with our friend booking our room through a 3rd party site ... the young lady that works there her name is Jenny was AMAZING we had multiple issues which she handled like a true professional and never once got upset.. she is a asset to this establishment.. Thank you Jenny for saving the day and getting us a great deal on our room ..

From the check-in to the check-out this hotel is superior. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. The food served in the on site restaurant is some of the best I have eaten anywhere. The portions are huge...easily shared. The taste of the food is delicious across all meals that we had at the restaurant.

Functional as a stopping point on a trip. The room was adequate. However, there was an event booked at the hotel and they did not save any parking. We were told we could come back between 9 and 10 PM and there might be parking. As there was nothing close by to park at this left us in a bit of pickle. When we did make it to our room it was quite loud as the pipes made a groaning noise when people used the sink next door. We will not be back as I would be afraid there would not be suitable parking again.

Was here for a work conference (second time we've held it at this hotel). Could not be happier. The catering and convention staff was excellent to work with and very accommodating. Great communication and follow up. The catering staff was wonderful - very helpful and friendly. And, the food was great. You don't have extremely high expectations regarding conference food - that's just the way it is. But - all of our food - from brownies at break to sandwiches and salads at lunch, to prime rib and salmon at dinner - was very good. In addition, the rooms, which are quite comfortable and well appointed are AFFORDABLE - hard to find at a conference hotel in Bozeman. Overall, our group of 50 was very impressed, once again, with the GranTree. We'll be back again in 2021, when our meeting returns to Bozeman.

My experience at this hotel was very pleasant beginning with check-in and throughout the stay. The reception desk people were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was spacious and clean, but perhaps a little over furnished. They have a pool which is a plus for some. Although they do not provide a free breakfast, they do give a 20% off coupon for breakfast entrees and also provide drink coupons which can be used in their lounge. The hotel is located close to I-90 and also close to the city center for a variety of restaurants, shopping opportunities and The Museum of the Rockies.

The room was fine, beds were comfortable, and had a great restaurant. However, I was promised my room would be ready at 3:00, as I had to be someplace at 4:00. I stood waiting until 3:15 and I was finally given a key card. When I got to the room, it was still torn apart and the cleaning staff were not even close to being done with the room. I needed to take my bag back to the car, change my clothes there and made my appointment. Very frustrating.

Our room was clean and had average comfort. The vanity was small and not inside the bathroom. The corridors smell of cleaning agent, but this is a minor issue. You can walk indoors to the ecxellent restaurant. Free airport shuttle, friendly staff. Heater/AC is the typical electric fan-type, it wakes you up when it goes on, or you must shut it down at night.

Where do I start? We held our annual conference at the BWW Gran Tree Inn and had the best service in all of Bozeman. The conference staff were hands down the most accommodating and kind staff ever. I couldn't ask for better service, technology access, and overall conference help!

The heater in our room growled every time it attempted to heat the room...not to mention the smell of the heavily chlorinated pool permiated everywhere on the first floor. This place needs a major renovation. Sorry staff very nice but would never stay here again.

We stayed here before and after a package trip to Yellowstone. The hotel provided shuttle service to & from airport as well as for a trip to the Museum of the Rockies. We had a double queen room which was nice and clean. The only issue was the one bed was so close to the wall that it was hard to get in. There is a very small casino room on site. The restaurant/bar was very nice. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner there. There were a lot of choices, the food was good and reasonably priced. All of the staff were very friendly. We did have problems with the toilet on the last night there. The maintainence man came to our room within 5 minutes of calling the front desk. He used a plunger which helped some. Since we were checking out we just used the restroom in the lobby area and made sure to tell the front desk that the toilet needed some more work.

I have stayed at Best Western Plus GranTree Inn twice. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. There is laundry, a real plus. Restaurant on site and great location. I walked to downtown Bozeman and a shuttle to Bridger Bowl Ski area. Walmart is across the street and transportation to Big Sky and within Bozeman is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The staff is super friendly and will do everything to make your stay great. The folks that drive the free shuttle to anywhere within Bozeman city limits and to the airport are also super friendly and prompt. I will stay at this hotel the next time I am in Bozeman.

We stayed here because of convenience of taking Yellowstone shuttle. We were overwhelmed by the friendliness of all the employees we met. The free shuttle from the airport was a great benefit. We were greeted warmly at the front desk and given a complimentary upgrade. Our room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed. Craig the bartender was both friendly and informative. The 8 ounce burger and caeser salad was big enough to share. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and service was prompt. Vanessa was an excellent server. The Gran Tree was a great hotel to start our Yellowstone vacation.

I was one of a group of 12 wildlife photographers who stayed here on our way to Yellowstone and again on our return 8 days later, so I experienced 2 nights here. On both occasions, the room and en-suite was spacious and well appointed with fast free-wifi, large TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Rooms were spotless and bedding very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good here - plenty of choice and friendly and attentive waiting staff. My only reason for giving this 4* and not 5, is the fuss around checking-in. Given that we had stayed here 8 days earlier and were a return booking - with both bookings made months in advance - it still took 40 minutes to check-in. We arrived at 1935 on 25 Jan after a lengthy drive in poor weather from Yellowstone. Despite, having a booking and then as requested at check-in writing our names down and listing who were in doubles/singles etc, the reception team of two made a real palaver of check-in and even then got it wrong so that we wound up handing back keys and papers and having others issued. As a consequence, we finally got our room keys at 2015. Reception seemed more concerned with process than customer requirements. We were basically a group of tired people who simply wanted to get to our rooms shower and eat. Their reason was that the hotel was very full - fine, but we had booked months in advance and what is more we were the only people in reception! One of the receptionists seemed out of his depth. My normal experience with a pre-booked room is that the paperwork is waiting on arrival with the key to the allocated room and I simply sign. Five minutes should be more than adequate to achieve this. I would stay here again as I think it is a good hotel and the remainder of the service was faultless, but would ask that reception is re-briefed on priorities, ( I see that a few others have made comments on this area) since this is the first impression - and it counts.

For five years we've made the Best Western Gran Tree a part of our lodging stay prior to our trip to snowmobiling West Yellowstone. When we return from our snowmobile trip back into Bozeman it's back to the Gran Tree. The Best Western Gran Tree is exceptional in every way. The Club Traven and Grill which is located on site has excellent food and is highly recommended and their shuttle service is great!. I wouldn't think of lodging anywhere else when in Bozeman.

Registration was efficient and friendly, the room was beyond what I expected and I was placed very close to the conference I was attending. I really don't think I could have had a better stay! Parking was very easy and the pool area was quiet when we visited it so we could fully relax. The wait staff was excellent as well.

Nice hotel with shuttle to/from airport and downtown Bozeman. Friendly and helpful staff. Replaced nonfunctional coffee maker the same day. Above average rooms. Good spot for first day and last day for a trip to Yellowstone as the bus to Mammoth Hot Springs picks up and drops off at this location. (You cannot drive your personal vehicle into the park in winter past Mammoth Hot Springs) If you do stay at this location be aware of: (1) This hotel is used for conferences and airline crew overnights, combined with the next to I-90 location,the places fills up. Make your reservations a few months ahead of time. (2) Between the airport shuttles, crews, and the YNP bus, the front desk gets hit with large waves for check-in. They try to add extra help, but get overwhelmed easily. Make sure your get all of your paperwork, restaurant coupons, early check-out instructions, and shuttle requests - things get missed. (3) If you request an e-mailed closeout bill for checkout (required for pre 7:00 am check out) be prepared to have to call the hotel later to get them to actually send the email and attached pdf of final bill.

The hotel is very nice, The staff are very nice, We were there for a hockey tournament checking in on a Friday and checking out on a Sunday. When I got to the hotel I was told I was getting charged an extra night because my reservation was made for the night before (3rd party tournament reservation site). But they were unable to work with me because it was a mistake on the 3rd party, We try to have a team dinner (Potluck) to help keep cost down and they were very unaccommodating to give us a spot to have our dinner because we weren't buying food from the restaurant. So we found a hallway to sit in and have our gathering, at 7:30 we were told we were being to loud and people were trying to sleep so we had to leave, Kids were kicked out of the pool because they were having to much fun (splashing and being kids). At check-in half our team was told that our team breakfast has been canceled so they gave vouchers for the restaurant, the other half was told there would be a team breakfast and gave no vouchers. Best Westerns Hotels are you usually very accommodating and helpful for a group our size but this place was very unorganized and the restaurant had very slow service. I'll take my team to a different hotel the next time we are in Bozeman.

Best Western Grant Tree is a great place to start and end your Yellowstone adventure. Very friendly staff. Free airport shuttle and if you need anything there us a Walmart across the street. We enjoyed the California Egg Benedict for breakfast and room service in the evening.

Due to bad weather my son and I needed to make an unexpected stay overnight in Bozeman. We went into a couple of hotel properties looking for a place to stay. When we arrived at the Best Western the staff at the front desk wete absolutely wonderful. A special thank you to Jenny who went over and above to make sure we were comfortable and knew everything the hotel had to offer. Our room was very nice, the food was great and my son enjoyed both the hot tub and the pool. If I was in the area again I would stay here. I would also recommend it highly. This was one of the nicest Best Westerns I've ever seen and I do like the brand and stay at many.

I stayed the night while travelling to work, I bought dinner and there was more food than I could eat, which doesn't happen very often to me. The room was clean and comfortable and the people working there were very nice. I will stay there again when traveling through Bozeman.

I stayed at the Grantree Inn twice on my visit to Yellowstone this winter. Xanterra will pick you up and drop you off here if you are staying in the park, so this hotel is very convenient in that regard. My first visit at the start of my trip was much better than at the end of my trip. The front desk lady was much more knowledgeable and thorough when I checked in the first time. The second time through the lady seemed rushed (even though there was the same amount of people waiting each time). The first lady made sure I felt like I was being well cared for. Each visit the rooms were clean and adequate. The price for the room seemed low for the service and value provided, so I really have nothing to complain about. I used the airport shuttle, it was fast and efficient. I ate breakfast in the on site restaurant, it was just fine. I'd stay here again if I was back in the Bozeman area.

Room was fine. Very clean, comfortable bed, plenty of towels, large bathtubs that actually allow you to take a bath, not just a shower. Friendly clerk and housekeepers. Disappointed there was no complementary breakfast. For the price It was a very good stay.

Thanks for the great stay. The front desk was very helpful, especially Betzy. She helped me when I was the one that messed up my reservation. The room was clean and quiet. The pool was nice. Breakfast was good.

The facility is older and could use a refresh. It is tired looking. But the staff especially in the grill and tavern is one of the friendliest and professional I have experienced. Everyone was smiling and actually seemed to be enjoying their work.

Rooms were comfortable but poolside rooms very noisy. WiFi unreliable & slow. Rooms and facility very clean. Staff friendly and provided a good service. We had a group breakfast in a conference room and it was very good. Restaurant and lounge was a nice amenity.

Friendly service, big rooms. Restaurant is surprisingly very good, although breakfast is not included in the room rate as usually typical at BW hotels. The airport shuttle is a nice feature, but be aware that despite reserving a seat on the shuttle, they overbook it and it can cause unnecessary anxiety when trying to get to the airport. For one van, 10 people were booked with a lot of luggage. We couldn't all fit. This is apparently a problem that happens often. Otherwise, good hotel with large, clean rooms and tasty food in the restaurant.

Recommend by tour company for Yellowstone NP trip. Stayed a night on each end of trip. Rooms were all nice - clean and comfortable. Desk staff was accommodating to get us extra room for our stay. Restaurant had good food and service. Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

We live in Billings and went to bridger mtn for a little skiing - roads got nasty so made a last minute reservation at the best western. GREAT value and accommodated our dog for a small fee. Older hotel but well-remodeled and you can tell whoever is running the show cares. Hot tub was hot, clean, and jets worked (a hotel rarity) and the hotel restaurant was fantastic - terrific food and truly outstanding service. 10/10 will stay again zero issues. FYI easy freeway access and convenience store next door.

Had the best get away! Service is 10 out of 10! We had a trainee for checkin and he did an excellent job. Restaurant has above excellent food and sports on the TVs for my husband! Great place to stay!!

What's not to like about this place? Full-service hotel with everything you need and want. I stayed for three nights in one of the suites. The room seemed brand new (possibly recently refurbished) and was a true comfort zone. All the furnishings were top quality and very tastefully appointed, with a somewhat Western motif, including a beautiful mural that took up an entire wall. The staff were very helpful and friendly, although I really didn't need a whole of assistance for the most part. There is a great restaurant/sports bar that is jamming any time of the day. I had several meals there, and none of them disappointed. Throw in a business center, coffee bar, casino, and pool/spa, and you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. This is obviously a well managed establishment, and I highly recommend.

We stayed here because our Yellowstone Forever Winter Expeditions made this location the drop off/departing point. The hotel is a former Ramada property which has been refreshed. It was adequate but overpriced. The restaurant downstairs had superb food despite a lax front end greeter. The hotel should be commended for their 24 hour airport shuttle. We used it after midnight and again at 5:30 AM. Kind of felt like a truck stop location. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff.

Room was very clean and recently updated. the king bed was very comfortable. Room attendant was great in responding to a request for extra soap. Location of the room was on the second floor with elevator accessibility. Great Stay

I had a great experience with the Best Western in Bozeman. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a good selection of food and it was prepared correctly. The wait staff had a great attitude. I would recommend this hotel.

Customer service was excellent and they were always very helpful. The shuttle service is very convenient and provides a nice mode of transportation anywhere around town. The hotel itself is a little dated but they do a good job keeping it nice. The best part of the hotel is the restaurant and bar!

We stay here every year for a company Christmas party. Every year, they upgrade us upon arrival, this year, they upgraded us to the bridal suite, I worked with a young lady named Betsy. She was an absolute GEM!! I had questions regarding the corporate rate compared to my Best Western Rewards rate, and she upgraded us over the phone and ensured we were getting the best price before we even checked in. Their pool is fantastic, and the Eggs Benedict is out of this world! This is my favorite Best Western to stay at. Always a pleasure, and always sparkling clean rooms.

I stopped for the night on my way to work. The people at the front desk were very friendly and gave me a better rate than what I found on the internet. I had a good night sleep and also got a 20% off coupon for breakfast the next morning. The breakfast was also very good.

The staff could not have been nicer. They answered all of my questions and were very helpful arranging complimentary transportation to the Museum of the Rockies and downtown Bozeman. The hotel isn't luxurious but it is comfortable with clean rooms that have a coffee pot, refrigerator, and a microwave. And the hotel restaurant had really good breakfast. That's the only meal I had there but it was very good. There's a Wal Mart across the road should you need something you forgot to pack. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Overpriced. Underwhelming.Gym next door over a gas station. No breakfast unless you go to restaurant where they give you 20percent off. Can't get anyone on front desk on telephone. In short stay at a cheaper place and get more.

We stayed two nights at the Best Western Plus GranTree Inn and enjoyed it very much. The employees were all very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and reasonably up-to-date with stone counter tops and a big flat screen TV. The restaurant served good food, nicely presented by friendly people. (Lots of TVs for sporting events too.) We took the free shuttle on several occasions (to and from the airport as well as to town and back) and found it handy and not difficult to get (just call the desk and tell them where to meet you.) Both an indoor swimming pool and an exercise room are available. There is a beautiful view of the Bridger Range from one side of the hotel and it is walking distance from a Walmart in another direction.

The Grann Tree Inn was the best Hotel we stayed at spacious room clean a lot offered. We felt very safe and comfortable . We will stay there again.The staff was very helpful and nice. My husband is disabled so they made it easy for me..

Quality, clean room; great restaurant and lounge on the main floor with a simple yet diverse menu; helpful and friendly staff. The window in my room faced into what looked like a conference room or spare lounge, but the room itself was updated and comfortable. I wasn't alerted to the option of room service, something I was hoping for, which is why service gets 4/5 stars.

I enjoyed my stay at Best Western Plus Gran Tree Inn. The staff was courteous and efficient. If I need anything I just had to call the front office and they took care of all my needs and questions that I had.

We came up for a wedding in Bozeman Labor Day weekend in September and it had nothing but fantastic experiences with all of the staff. The rooms were clean, the bar had cheap happy hour, and the staff at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. Rooms are marginal, transient worker make up many of the guests. Loud at nights. No breakfast. Stay at the Hampton next door. Same price and better service. Only positive is proximity to airport and ease of access, despite not running an early morning shuttle.

This is a nice hotel. Nice big rooms, large tv, fridge that doesn't destroy everything in it.The attached bar/restaurant is the rare spot hotel bar where people actually go that aren't staying in the hotel its that nice. No continental breakfast is the only downside.

It was a nice quiet stay. The bar offers two-for one drink specials. Nice selection of beer and wine. The halls are a bit of a maze but the room was clean with a microwave, refrigerator and safe. I'd stay there again. Nice front desk staff

Lovely big, spotlessly clean bedroom with lots of good quality facilities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful - service at dinner and breakfast was excellent, as was the food quality and portion sizes. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I have visited the Grantree Inn for many years and have stayed overnight there on a few occasions. Yesterday, we arrived shortly after 5AM, after dropping family at airport. We hoped to have breakfast, but it was too early. Ronnie inquired if she could assist, gave us coffee and a wonderful place to sit until the restaurant opened. She was wonderful and extremely helpful. Kudos to Ronnie!!!

The service was top notch. Everyone was helpful and courteous. The room was very comfortable. I really appreciate the ability to control the room temperature. That is not always an option in hotels these days. The bed was extremely comfortable.

I stayed two nights recently to attend my nephew's wedding. Although the price was a little high (almost as much as my plane ticket), the shuttle service was great; they will take you wherever you need to go. I enjoyed the hot tub while I was there. As for the room it was nice and clean and had everything I needed. Very friendly staff too! For nearby shopping, there is a Walmart across the street. The business lounge with the computers and printer was too dark and could use better lighting. I have stayed at other Best Westerns for less money and received a continental breakfast. I did, however, take advantage of the 20% discount at the adjoining restaurant. All in all though, a very good stay.

This location is perfect for those people flying into Bozeman airport and flying out.Free shuttle which we used after returning from Yellowstone and dropping the car rental off,and again to fly out the next day. No free breakfast,but the cost is average and convenient in their attached restaurant. Staff is great

Everything was very classy. I was able to get my work done with the comforts of home. Very friendly staff. Parking was a little tough cause of the construction, but all in all, I had a nice stay. I would recommend the Best Western to my friends.

Bed was comfy pillows nice and room was clean. Fitness center was upstairs in a convience store across the parking lot. They are doing a construction to the building so some of the parking lot was restricted.

I was very pleased with the friendly staff, the clean neat room and the restaurant at the hotel. I am very happy to find a chain of hotels that are pet friendly and very nice clean hotels! The rooms were a very reasonable rate. The restaurant and bar were great to be able to just walk down the hall to.

When we arrived that evening, our room was not ready. Jenny the nice gal at the front desk ,offered us a free drink in the bar while we waited. It took a little time, but was worth the wait. They put us in what they called the Bridal Suite for 2 nights for the price of the King Suite.

I was looking for something close to the interstate with a restaurant and this was a great location. Quiet and nice rooms. And they give you coupons for the restaurant/bar. the hot tub closes at 10PM, which is a little early, but they were nice to let us stay if we were quiet.

I live in Bozeman MT but recently booked a room for my cousins from Mississippi. I knew of Carl's great reputation and had had relatives stay there before. They were very pleased with the comfortable, cozy rooms along with the incredible restaurant. Carl puts a lot of thought into all aspects of the inn, especially the restaurant. It was incredible & I would not suggest anywhere else to stay while in Bozeman. There were some billing discrepancies and they were resolved immediately. It's a basic Best Western that services people coming from and going to Yellowstone. That's why they can get away with charging what they do. Everything in the area is ridiculous as far as prices go. The beds were the best part, very comfy. The people were a bit snooty. If you are trying to find a place to stay but stay away from the park properties because of price, I recommend you go ahead and stay in the park. You will pay a bit more but you are in the park. We also ate at the attached restaurant, which we would also not recommend. Dry chicken and fish.

The Best Western GranTree in Bozeman is outstanding in every way. The staff (including bar and restaurant, housekeeping, front desk) are all well-trained, very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds and bedding are very comfortable. The air-conditioning works and is maintained and clean. I have allergies to mold and chemicals and can stay at this hotel comfortably.

They did a great job with us last week .The staff was great and the rooms are very nice Clean, fresh and modern. They do have plenty of parking for big trailers like we haul and they have lots of grassy lawns for our dog. This is a great halfway place for you to rest between Seattle and Denver

Drug trafficking hotel... Very scary. We were approached by many drug people. What hotel would allow this??? I would never stay there again .... Its too bad even cassie the manager made it spund like she didn't believe me when I approached her ....

We were driving through Bozeman after a long day and did not know the local Sweet Pea Festival was in the area. We tried 2 other motels, but they were filled so we went to this Best Western. Fortunately there was a room available; however, the price was over $200 for 1 night. While the facility was lovely, the price was obviously elevated because of the festival. There was an excellent restaurant where we ate dinner and breakfast. There is not a free breakfast, but they gave us coupons for a BOGO drink at dinner and 20% off breakfast. Once again - it is a great motel, so try not to go there when there is a festival in town!

Staff is always friendly and accommodating. I stay here quite often on business and I have never been disappointed except when they're booked up and I have to stay somewhere else. Rooms are great and so if the Club Tavern.

Hotel has a great location away from the freeway so no road noise. Restaurant in the hotel, staff very welcoming and gave us a room at 1 pm. Very nice of them. Bed comfortable, pillows great everything Nice and tidy and clean. They have a pool for cooling off. Thanks for a great stay.

This is Bozeman - hotel rooms are pricey. We stayed in the king suite - fridg, microwave, It was nice, clean and I really liked the soaps. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It has a nice area to walk the dogs in an interior lawn. The breakfast was amazing, the food was abundant and the service was way above expectations. The breakfast was not included but worth it and very affordable with the 20% disc.

Perfect place to stay for us. Pet and people friendly. Rooms remodeled and nicely updated. Comfortable bed, quiet at night. Great location. Wonderful to have an onsite Bar and Restaurant. Great service and good food. The hotel staff and restaurant wait staff gave us freindly, excellent service. We will be back.

Beautiful hotel!!!!! Excelente service from front desk staff and our server at dinner time, because we signed up for the Best Western rewards they up graded our room to a suite and gave us a 20% discount for our breakfast. Unfortunately the our breakfast server was not good, she had my order wrong and instead of fixing it all she did was apologize. Once we got our meal she never came back to check on us or to offer us a refill of coffee, nothing!!!!! I had to get the host go find her so I could pay the bill, unfortunately I didn't get her name but if it hasn't been because of her lack of interest in serving us as a customer everything would had been perfect!!!!

Probably won't stay here again. We stayed For our honeymoon and rented the bridal suite. We never used the jetted tub until we were going to leave. Went to fill it up and hair went everywhere. I was absolutely disgusted! We talked to the front desk and received 20% off, definitely not enough. I am disgusted and so unhappy that's how we ended our trip

Great room, service, restaurant, and facilities! We will be back with family. Airport shuttle very reliable and convenient. Bozeman and the area was a great place to visit and the weather and lack of humidity was very terrific.

Excellent. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. I cheekily asked if they could take us to a friend's house a couple of miles away. Not only did they take us, but collected us later as well !!! Good bar service and very good breakfast. Would highly recommend to all.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. We found the bed to be very comfortable and slept very well. It was a quiet place. The shower was great, one of the best we experienced driving cross country. Having a higher toilet meant we didn't have to sit "on the floor " to go. The restaurant in the hotel was convenient for dinner as we were tired of driving but not so great for a quick get away on the morning. In addition to having to pay for breakfast we had to wait at least 25 minutes for our food. A slow start .

Nice stop for a one night stay. There were 2 adults and 4 children. We had two adjoining rooms. Our only complaint was the pool opened too late in the morning. The restaurant staff was very friendly. The food was very good.

Overpriced , BW plus is not a good idea , $8:00 for 2 loads of laundry, electracial outlets very poor access for charging etc, beds to high ,bathroom fan very annoying, shower head not adjustable, no breakfast, Plus is way overpriced.

Stayed here often over the past 25 years, a very popular hotel in Bozeman. Restaurant/Lounge always good food and reasonable, rooms are adequate and good value, beds and pillows excellent. The standout is the staff. You could not find better customer service in a 5 star resort. Always excellent across the board.

Enjoyed the stay. The adjacent restaurant was very doing and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet even though it was full. I used the hot tub which was nice as well. We would stay here again. The hotel was located right off the free way and across from a Walmart so we did not have to go far for the items we had forgotten. We ate dinner in the restaurant connected to the hotel and we were tired and just ready to eat. The staff was very nice and my husband and I were able to split a meal with no question. We were given coupons for the bar and also for breakfast as well so that made it nice. After traveling all day we did not have to try and find a place to eat. We were told upon checking in that they had shuttle busses that would take us anywhere we wanted in town. That was. I've even though we were just too tired to go out. In all a pleasant stay

Bed was comfortable, but our room must have been next to the mechanical room because there was a constant hum all night. Hotel needs an update & a lot of TLC. Would not recommend at this time. Disappointed!

We stayed adjacent to the airport after an epic week through Glacier and Yellowstone parks. GranTree inn was comfortable. clean and cozy and the staff were all great!!! Our son used the pool and we all wound down before wrapping up our 2018 summer vacation.

The room was clean, but the window looked out on the inside pool area where it was very loud in the room. There was construction going on in the street so it was difficult to find. Construction going on in the lobby that should look nice when finished. The restaurant attached had good food. Only recommendation would be is to have a room on the exterior side of the hall.

We stayed here one night on our way from Minnesota to Montana and just loved this hotel. It is clean and the employees were so friendly and helpful we really enjoyed ourselves. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through this area.

We arrived very late (almost midnight) after a long drive from Canada and I was afraid that it would be a problem. The man who checked us in was very nice and friendly and was a big help to us; especially in letting us know where our room was and the best way to access it. After we put our bags in our room, we went to the bar and had a drink. Food wasn't available because it was late at night but we enjoyed our drinks and were really glad that the bar was open till 2am for us to relax a bit after our long drive. I really liked the way the room was designed, with the partition in the front separating the bedroom. It was odd at first since I'd never seen that type of arrangement but it was nice and surprisingly spacious. We were only here for one night and I would have liked to have stayed longer. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future. As others have stated, there was a lot of construction going on in the lobby area, and it was a bit awkward walking down the hallway to the elevators, but we managed. I'm sure that by the time we return, the construction will be finished. I didn't realize how large the hotel was as I got "lost" a couple of times when I moved our car to a closer parking lot to our room. I would like to explore more of the hotel in the future, and definitely check out the pool area as well.

Although this BW was a little difficult to access due to major road construction around it, we were eager to check in here, as we've been trying to stay at Best Western facilities while on vacation. This BW is located right off Interstate 90 in Bozeman. After a short detour we managed to find the right access road. The facility looked a bit worn from the outside, but as soon as I entered the building I could see there was a lot of remodeling going on. It was obvious there was new hallway carpeting, and the lobby floors were being re-tiled. Our room was not brand new, but had new carpeting and new bathroom fixtures. And it was spotless! There were several items though in our room that were perfect! The king sized bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on! The bedding was high quality, but the nicest thing of all were the linens! Crazy, I know...but those washcloths and hand towels were the finest quality I've experienced in a motel. The bath towels were huge—thick and ever so lovely! Our stay included some discount tickets for the attached restaurant (The Club Tavern and Grill), and we decided to have dinner there. My tenderloin steak was outstanding! My husband had a ribeye steak, and he too was very pleased. In the morning we returned for breakfast with our 20% discount coupons and had a lovely breakfast before hitting the road once again. Special kudos to our waitress for our evening meal. “Hayes” did an excellent job of explaining the specialties, finding us the best wines to complement our entrees, and was more than happy to suggest substitutions for the potatoes I would t be eating. Plus she had a delightful personality! We will definitely stay here again when traveling through the Bozeman area.

The room was clean and nice enough. However, the road in is under construction as well as the entrance and lobby to the hotel. The business center was not available which made life difficult. The constrution individuals were rude. The wifi in the room is suspect and the TV was not woking on occasion. My husband called the fron t desk on the cable and got the response that is was the provider's fault and it usually came back on in 20 minutes. If the room were $100 a night maybe I could have lived with all of this, but at $190 a night this is unacceptable.

Hallway stunk like crap . Room was good. No luggage carts by door in rear . Rooms are way over priced. Would I stay here again ? MOST CERTAINLY NOT AT THE RATES TJEY CHARGE . Had to haul all my luggage to my room .

This is a very nice play to stay. has an excellent restaurant/bar located inside motel. There are a lot of other restaurants in walking distance. Biker friendly. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Upon arrival Betsy made you feel very welcome and made sure you had everything you needed. !!!

Our room was a bit drab in colour but the bed was comfortable, the staff helpful and our evening meal and breakfast were tasty and good value. After a long journey from the UK via Seattle, this was a pleasant stop before moving on for our main travels.

Do not get a room by the vending machines-they ran all night which made sleep next to impossible. Hotel should have comp room but instead offered only a 10% discount. Hopefully, my next visit will be in a quieter section of the hotel.

The room was very well appointed and very clean. The lounge and restaurant was very busy but never crowded or overly noisy. Service was excellent, try the pork ribs of available. Local beers were very good.

I wish I would have known about this jewel a long time ago! Other motels in the area seem to be $180 - $220+ per night but this hotel has so much more to offer and we were able to get a much better price! The awesome attached bar/restaurant / semi-sports bar was simply an added bonus! The front desk people were very friendly, the pool and hot tub were nice and clean, and the King room we stayed in was better than most we've been in before at other locations!

We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Gran Tree mostly because the staff were couteous and friendly, restaurant and bar was very good. Jmieson Steak for dinner was outstanding. One unusual flaw was that we were given a room with poor view and carpet with a fold even though it was suposed to be a n upgrade.

I was here for a wedding the past week. The rate they gave us as a group was great! Anytime, I had a question the staff was more than helpful. The rooms are very nice and clean. Visited a few of the other hotels near by and the Bestwestern is by far the nicest.

My request for easy access, due to a foot injury, was granted. I was greeted by a pleasant staff. I was offered complementary gift bag or points on my account. I found that the room was quiet, making it easy to sleep.

This is a great hotel. It is beautiful and clean with a nice pool and Jacuzzi . The staff is friendly and helpful, and we had no problems at all. There is a great pub and grill in the same building which made dinner and drinks fun and easy.

Stayed here because we had an early morning flight, This is the 4th time I stayed at this location Awesome place to stay. Great staff, nice clean rooms and convenient location. Can't beat this location. I think it's stupid that Trip Advisor make you use at least 200 characters in your description.

This was the second time we stayed at best Western's GranTree Inn this year. We came back, because of the great time we had the last time. The entire staff is always friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the indoor pool and spa. And we love the food and atmosphere at the Club Tavern & Grill.

Probably the conference we attended had a lot to do with it. That being said, our first room was on the ground floor next to the atrium and it was so noisy we asked to be moved upstairs. The room was over the pool. That was pretty noisy as well, but they did efficiently close the pool down at 10:00 sharp and it helped. The rooms were a tad bit small and not overly luxurious, but they were clean and had all the requirements needed. Easier to please me than my wife.

Our visit couldn't have been better! The room was one of the best that Best Western has and we were delighted with the wonderful staff, and the adjoining “club”. Our dinner and breakfast was excellent and more wonderful staff was a delight. Thank you!

Needed a place to stay for a night on our way home. There was a Lightning and Thunder storm that we drove through and it was a nice place to get our from the midst of it. You can tell its an old hotel so updating would be good for this place, but for the age of the hotel the décor was nice.

On a motorcycle trip :-) to the East Coast. We expect to use Best Western as often as possible. Thus one is motorcycle friendly and that matters to us. Bozenan is a great place in the heart of a great area.

I stayed for a conference at the location. The meeting rooms were nice, services were excellent and the dining was delicious. I also thought the bed was very comfortable and the location very convenient and close to everything I needed.

We stayed here with our small dog. The front desk person was friendly, and gave us a first floor room close to the dog walking area, which is in a nice interior courtyard. There is a decent restaurant in the hotel, which was convenient for our late arrival.

I stayed here for a conference that had the place fully booked. They did a great job. The room was clean, the staff were great, the restaurant is pretty solid (excellent happy hour), and I enjoyed the pool! I would stay here for work again.

My stay was very nice, comfy bed, good pressure in the shower and very quiet at night, but stayed a Wed and Thursday night. I had problems with the Keirig coffee maker, probably operator error, not into technology.

Rooms were up to date, clean and very comfortable. The meals that were provided were excellent. Service at the dining room/bar was exceptional. The only hangup was not being able to get checked in before noon, since our conference started at 10 am.

Excellent location to stay at! The room was clean and comfortable, the front desk staff was pleasant and was extremely good at their jobs and the hot tub in our room was incredible!! We will be staying with you again!!

We only stayed one night at the hotel but enjoyed it. They have a really nice Bar and Grill off the lobby area. It's cosy and friendly! We had a huge suite with lots of room and Comfy beds. Property is a bit older but is extremely clean. Will stay here again.

This hotel was excellent. The staff was always friendly and informative. The room was always clean and the wifi worked perfectly. The restaurant in the hotel was very good with great service. The pool area was clean. The hotel is located close to most everything and the view was spectacular. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was excellent, very friendly and efficient. The meeting facility was clean and met all of our needs. My room was clean and spacious, with excellent amenities. The restaurant has a better than average menu and the food was good. My only complaint was they served a gluten meal when I ordered gluten-free out of necessity. After I pointed out the error, they were very quick to correct it.

The rooms are very nice and updated. The conference was good - only negatives were the rooms were too cold and the chairs are very uncomfortable to sit on for long periods of time. The location is okay but a little tricky to get in and out of due to the way the roads are.

We have had to stay with these folks because of the hospital in Bozeman. We had surgery early the next day and stayed the day before. the Inn gave us a break in price due to the hospital stay. All areas of comfort are addressed by the staff before you get there via an online survey of needs and desires. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking was provided near the room. The Inn is in a convenient location. Restaurants are near and one is in the Inn itself. Stores are within walking distance (Walmart is across the street). Down town Bozeman is very near and there is a plethora of restaurants there. The Inn is pet friendly and there are places nearby that you can walk your pet. Please be sure to pick up after them. The rooms did not have any previous pet odor to them. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Good place to stay.

Good hotel close to the University with an easy drive to get there. It is pet friendly which is something we are always looking for. Staff was friendly and there are sever young folks who attend the university and are willing to talk about their experiences there. Did not like the lack of a continental breakfast which really helps us with our morning schedule. The restaurant b-fast was OK and you get a 20% off coupon for 1-2 guests. A bit slow in getting us our food which made us late. We had not eaten there prior so did not know that it was slow. Over all it was a good stay.

We enjoyed staying here friendly staff , clean room , we choose a pool side room , Breakfast was very good we liked the casino friendly staff , location was perfect near the 7th Street exiit , all around great place to stay

This came at the end of a wonderful tour of Yellowstone Park in winter. Very comfortable bedroom. Excellent final meal for our group in a private room, and good breakfast before we all dispersed. Free shuttle service to the airport was great convenience.

Went to the GranTree for dinner and breakfast. Dinner was well done with a steak cooked just as ordered. The service was fantastic. Waitress was very helpful but not over bearing. We will return. Breakfast was a little slow but the restaurant was full. You could not ask for a better prepared breakfast. Great service with the coffee cup refilled generously. The chef made everyone at the breakfast table happy. You would be hard pressed to find better food.
