« Nice for short stay »

Room: quiet, clean (until You opened window- terrible noise), with bathtub and airconditions (not necessary needed in October) Two single beds: quite comfortable Breakfast: VERY POOR: even for this price of the room I would expect higher standard. Baguette, two kinds of ham, apple, joghurth, jams, boiled eggs. Nothing warm like scrambled eggs or sausage. No vegetables....

« Few advantages but surprisingly below expectations »

I was on a business trip and the main reason I chose this hotel was because it was 10 minutes walking distance from my office. But I never expected that: - it would not have room service, or options for lunch or dinner (which are important when you come back from an exhausting day and don't feel like stepping out) - a bathroom that has a bathtub without screen (which means that your bathroom becomes a mini-lake after a shower) - except soap and body wash, no other toiletries, and - room walls thin enough to hear ambient noises. To be fair, there are a couple of advantages, - one being that it is very close to the metro - within walking distance from eating and shopping options - friendly service Overall, given a choice, I wouldn't stay here again.

    « Disappointing : quality/price »

Welcoming very very poor - do not expect good manners or standard check in. Quality of the room very poor compare to the price. Breakfast to be avoided apart if you have no other choices. Even for a business trip you can find way better, only one metro station near.

    « metro, boulot, dodo »

Nothing fancy for that price, but perfect location for business trip for me as the offices were in Citylights on Pont de Sevre and just next to Metro station. Room rather small, big and good bed, wifi works well. Breakfast a bit dissapointing especially for 14 eur.

    « Half OK... »

Expensive for what you get. Also they didn't accept my BW check, when booked they said OK. Also not very close to anything of value. I would not warmly recommend this hotel to anyone. I paid 170 EUR per night and for that you expect much more.

« Helpful staff, disappointing rooms »

As seems typical in reasonably priced hotels in Paris the room was tiny, and very hot even in winter. Overlooking the main road it was very noisy with the window open. The bathroom too was very traditional with no shower. Breakfast was basic but good quality. And the staff were very friendly and helpful organising transport during the taxi strike.

« Just an okay place »

Stayed here for 5 days. Two for tourism, three for the Rock en Seine festival as well as tourism in the morning. If you're going to said festival, this hotel is a 15 minute walk away from the festival site, and after a long evening of concerts there's nothing like being in bed quickly. The hotel was just okay. My room was small and so its bathroom, but the bed was confortable, shower and TV worked as expected, was also clean, and the staff was friendly. It's far from the city center, but the metro is almost at the hotel's door, and will get you to most of Paris' attractions without a line change, but you will start from almost the start of the line, so it will take a while. Next to the hotel there are some bars as well as a supermarket. Now, for the cons... the breakfast is insanely priced at 13€ per day. I can't speak about how it is since I just eat something on the way. The wireless, while it was free, was at times slow, and its login system was just broken or maybe I didn't figure it out, but you can just bypass it: every time the system tells you your time has run out, just create a new account (you can use whatever as name and email, it won't send you a verification and it doesn't even check if it's a real email). It also was a little noisy, not much, but I'm still used to sleep with earplugs. Parking in premises was more reasonable at 12€ per day. So overall, if you're going for tourism and don't mind the subway ride, it's worth checking. Note that I'm basing that review on the fact that I booked online at 60€ per night. In the hotel itself, rooms are advertised at a price of 160€ per night, and if I had paid that, I would have expect better.

    « Not What I Thought »

We were sent the hotel website that showed a picture of the hotel and it was not the hotel we stayed in. The website showed a very nice modern hotel. Very disappointed. According to fellow travelers in some rooms the air condition did not work. Also ice was not available. Very small room and bathroom with hand held shower attachment. A fellow traveler who had a room facing the street said drag racing was going on to wee hours in the morning one night and the smell of marijuana strongly present from the street (she had her window open). I trouble with adapter plug set, did not fully charge cell phone, I-pad and camera. Out let would over heat even though I had a worldwide compatible adapter .I also visited London and Barcelona and did not have this problem. This was my first visit to Paris and maybe this is the norm for hotel rooms. Cultural difference. Close to metro for easy access to everything.

    « Nothing fancy . . . »

I was in Boulogne Billancourt for a business trip for 5 nights/ 6 days. Our preferred hotel was not available. The room @ the Best Western Select was small with a double bed & desk. The bath was also small with only a tub & hand held shower attachment. The front desk staff was helpful. Breakfast, which we thought was included in the room rate, was actually 13 euros extra each day. Sunday night was 110 euros/ weeknights 150 euros. My colleague had a room facing a busy street (Leclerc) that was noisy. I had a room in the back which was quiet. Breakfast was monitored by two ladies. Sometimes there were hard boiled eggs, some days not. Yogurt was rationed out. Bread & Croissants, juice & coffee. Their are a few rooms over the garage that are more spacious - Triples with rooms numbers in the 70's. The front desk clerk said they would give us those rooms next time if they were not booked (at the same rate). They accommodated my request for an early check-in since my flight arrived early in the morning.

    « Comfortable stay »

We went for a 3 day trip to Paris for New Year's Eve and choose this hotel for our stay because we got a good price and it was very close to the metro. We were not disappointed for our choice. It was very close to the metro, less than a minute, and the bed was very comfortable so we got a good night sleep and those were just the things we were looking for.On the down side the room is very small, actually everything is very small ( elevator, lobby) and the service is not the best. The "value for price" ratio depends on what is the actual price you are paying. For what we payed, it was very good.

    « Relief ! »

After reading several reviews of this hotel, I was having second thoughts about booking in. It was with great relief that my worries were ill founded. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean. My room was a good size, for Paris, and my bed was very comfortable. All in all, I have no problem recommending this hotel at all.

« Was fine for a business trip »

I had asked my employer to get me another hotel in this area but they selected this one instead, probably because it was cheaper! I stayed for 4 nights in late July. It was for a business trip, hence my needs are different from what others want from their stay. Check in was smooth and all the staff on reception were always friendly and spoke fluent English and didn't laugh at my attempts at French! My employer had ordered breakfast but I was leaving at 6am each morning and they asked me one day if I knew it was ordered for me which was nice! The rooms are fine if a little small but that's Paris! I had a room at the end of the corridor and wasn't disturbed by noise from other rooms or guests as mentioned by other reviews. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, the air con worked and the room was cool enough when I needed it to be. There was a desk to work at and the wifi was good. The room also has a fridge with some items in it to purchase and there is a kettle with some tea bags and coffee although this is there as a welcome pack and is not replenished! I had my own tea bags anyway but asked for some more sugar at reception and there was a bit of a song and dance before he gave me some! As others have mentioned, there is no shower curtain over the bath and the floor gets soaked as I am not going to sit down in the bath to have a shower! The hotel is yards from Billancourt Metro station and around a 7 minute walk from Pont De Sevres Metro and Bus interchange, this was where I would be commuting from, hence the location was ideal. Another plus point for me was the rooms were serviced early everyday, I work from 6am-noon and usually return at 1pm and it's nice to come back and be able to relax, knowing the housekeeping staff would not be disturbing me! The hotel has recently been done up and the fixtures and fittings, carpets and wall coverings are all new and very nice! The location is also one of the biggest issues, it's on a very busy road near to a junction. The noise from the motorbikes as they race and roar away when the lights change is deafening! Perhaps a room at the back would be better. When the windows are closed, you can't hear it but it's nice to have some air in the room! I always ask would I stay at a hotel again and for this one I would, it was convenient for where I needed to be, there are nice restaurants around, a supermarket across the road and plenty small bakeries for lunch. As I didn't pay for it, I'm not in the best place to answer if it was worth the money. I would however insist on a room at the rear of the property!

    « Unsafe accommodation »

There was no fire escape form room 25 on the first floor of the hotel and this made it inherently unsafe. It was a cause of concern during my stay but it was only for 4 nights. I would never stay there again because of the lack of a fire escape.
