Best Western Cypress Creek

A great hotel with an excellent staff and excellent accommodations. A good breakfast is offered and good rates. The room was comfortable and very clean. Would definitely stay again!!! A good choice of restaurants and stores near the hotel. It's a very good choice!

It's one of the greatest BW I have stayed at in awhile. Very clean, friendly staff and a very awesome hot breakfast! It has a very decent gym, the rooms are a nice decent size and even though it's cold, the pool is very pretty when the light it up at night.

Nice room, not fancy but comfortable. Sheets and towels a little thin. Beds comfortable. Room always felt damp? Nice hot breakfast. Convenient to Biloxi events. Did not find many good restaurants nearby.

Guest services were great. The hotel lobby and room were very clean. The only think not so good is the entrance in and out of parking. Could be because there was some construction in the area. Nice place to stay.

Our first room was really horrible. It was mold smelling, ceiling paint peeling off. Room was dirty ac didn't work good. Then we called front desk complained they moved us to a better room but still same problem. Not as much mold in this. It was horrible then we had the do not disturb and they came in my room anyways and moved my things around.

The Best Western Cypress Creek was easy to check-in to, it was quiet, it had a very good and unique free breakfast and the rooms were very clean, cool and the beds were very comfortable. The staff members always had a smile and were truly authentic and not canned presentations. Every guest there seemed well-rested and relaxed in the morning around the breakfast tables. Check out was quick. This was one of my favorite nights on a week long trip across the gulf coast.

I do not have any negative comments I can say about this hotel. Spacious rooms and bathrooms..VERY clean.. Staff are so friendly and helpful with anything you may need! They remember my name and make me feel like we are friends while taking immaculate care of my needs!

Read reviews before booking and agree that it was above expectation for the price. It was clean and staff were very nice. Nicer that some hotels we've paid 2-3xs as much for near the gulf. Definitely would recommend!

We have used the hotel before. It is very clean and the staff is very nice. We had not problems. We only stayed one night this time but if we come back to the coast I fill sure we will stay here again.

Gave access to a stranger that walked in on my 15 yr old daughter, keys stopped working every day if not twice a day worse vacation ever. Pool was extremely dirty never had filter on the entire time was there was 4 days very old rooms shower curtain was so dirty and just to long for shower shower heads was so nasty terrible water pressure terrible smell always

BEWARE of room 409. This is a makeshift room that was poorly made. The bathroom walls were dirty and the sink did not work. The counter in the bathroom looked homemade. They have old outdated covers on the bed. Extension cable stretched out and hanging from the TV. My wife and I left before our stay even ended due to not being able to be moved. Hotel Staff was really nice. Breakfast was good. I'm sure if we were in a different room we would have enjoyed the stay.

Staff was great, room 124 was excellent very clean jacuzzi tub a plus, overall all areas very clean and nice, would definitely stay here again if in area. Easy access to I10. Lobby and breakfast area very nice. For price you can not go wrong

My daughter and I stayed here overnight on 5/5. We arrived around 9:30 pm and left around 9:00 the next morning. The front desk clerk was cordial, but not overly friendly. Basically she just asked for my ID and credit card info and told us that breakfast was from 6-9 and at the last minute, she thanked me for being a platinum rewards member. They had a sign on the front door that asked guests to pardon the dust since they were undergoing renovations. Apparently the renovations had not made it to the first floor. The bathroom door had scratched paint and was warped on the bottom, the carpet was stained and had rips in it and the walls had spackling paste in two big spots. On the plus side, our room was clean, cool, smelled fresh and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were the small kind and even though there were 4 on each bed, I would have preferred at least one standard size one. The biggest two issues were that we never could get the Wifi to connect on either of our phones and there was also a very annoying rattling noise that came from the A/C unit. We didn't notice it until after we'd unpacked and settled in. While I was able to fall asleep with sleep aids, when I woke up in the middle of the night, the rattling noise kept me awake for a long time even with a pillow over my ear. I finally turned on the white noise app on my phone and was able to go back to sleep. One other issue was that there were no USB ports to plug chargers into that we could see, but thankfully I'd brought a multi port one from home. Breakfast was good and well-stocked except that the sweetener dispenser on the machine was empty and I had to go back to my room to get mine for my coffee. I think all these things are and will be easily correctable when their renovations are complete. I'm not sure where they started, but I assume it's on the top floors, so I'd ask for a renovated room if I was staying there again and hopefully the experience would be better.

Hotel has a great location, clean, and staff is informative and polite. The price of the hotel is modest considering some of the resorts located nearby. Also, access to the interstate and inner parts of Biloxi are easy to get to from hotel location.

The staff is absolutely amazing! We were met in the parking lot by a lady that had just been kicked out of the hotel with her children and she was asking us for money to get her and her kids somewhere to stay. They ended up sitting in the lobby for hours before she finally got someone to come pick them and all of their belongings up. They had enough stuff to where it looked like they had been staying there for weeks. Breakfast was eggs, biscuits, sausage, oatmeal, muffins, Waffles, juices and dry cereal. The lady let us know that on the weekends they do offer biscuits and gravy also. Our room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

The pricing was great with breakfast provided. However, they can do a better job in providing a clean room. The room was spacious but it had an odor. Also, there were stains on the bed sheets so beware.

Stopped in for one night. Large parking lot which was necessary for us as we were pulling a big boat. Check in staff member was friendly & accommodating. There is a few restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from.

Very clean and well kept. All of the front desk staff were very friendly. The check-in desk staff went out of her way to make sure we were properly accommodated. She was willing to look up my Best Western Rewards number so we could get credit for our stay. The breakfast was great. Very nice selection of items.

We searched on line for a while and found that this Best Western (BW) offered a 2 King bed Suite- not many (if any other) hotels in this area offer this type and size of room - unless you want to spend 2 to 3 times as much money for it-we know because we used to live in this part of town. We were in the area visiting family. We have stayed at other Hotels nearby this Best Western (BW) in the past- Honestly, we were pleased when we got to our room and saw that it had more than enough space for 4 people. We were equally pleased with the cleanliness, friendly staff, and the daily full hot breakfast it provided. As far as price goes, it was priced competitively. We were very pleased with our stay. We highly recommend this Hotel to anyone who is looking for a nice Hotel for a decent price and has all the amenities.

This Is a well kept property. Definitely a 5 star.. Amazing breakfast, Clean parking lot, Clean elevator, Clean rooms, Clean hallways, Everything was amazing. I would 100% recommend to anyone that plans on visiting the area.

Only one ice machine was in working condition on the first floor only but so many people it would empty out quickly. Room smelled like mold, felt very damp including towels and rug, pillows. Cancelled 2nd night.

We had the king suite. There was no mirror or sink in the bathroom. There was no counter in the bathroom. The beds were so hard. This hotel needs new beds. I could not sleep at all because the beds were so hard. There was no where to put clothes after taking a shower. You had to walk out into the room to get ready. Also the bathroom door would not close all the way and it would not lock.

My family and I, enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. We were in town for a wedding, and this property exceeded our expectations. Check in staff was amazing, rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. We were really thrilled to see, that the hotel offered a complimentary hot breakfast, each morning. The breakfast was amazing and had many hot items to choose from, which is a plus when traveling with kids! We will definitely use this hotel in the future, if we're in the area. Keep up the great work management team.

The room wasnt what was pictured. The room received was outdated and the bed linen was dirty. The beds were not very comfortable and when I changed the linen there was a large brown stain on the mattress.

Lovely hotel with lots of facilities - a very warm and friendly welcome from Keri at front desk who was also very very helpful by retrieving the food we left in our room and holding it for us in the hotel fridge until we were able to pick it up (thanks Keri!). Would definitely stay again and will be recommending to others.

always check the filter in the AC to see how much effort is put in to clean the room. I always check the filter and bring a can of Lysol with me to clean the AC coil and filters. A clean filter shows that the maids put effort into their job, and I tip well if the filter is clean.

We enjoyed our stay so much!! So much to do!! The hotel and the beach were great!! We enjoyed ourselves at a nice little music spot and took some fantastic pics. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great Location, very easy to find the address as it is right off the interstate. Very pleasant and welcoming Front Desk experience. Room was very nice and spacious with a two bed suit. Bed was comfortable and great hot shower, delicious hot breakfast with sausage, eggs and waffles. Looking forward to stop by again soon. Thank you so much for all the great services.

Would rate 0 if possible. Initial room smelt like marijuana and cigarettes. Got switched to a new room with dirty towels from previous guest still there and so humid in the room the sheets were damp. The hotel has one elevator for 4 floors that takes over 10 minutes every time you try to use it. The continental breakfast area had only a few tables in a very small room compact room.

I don't know what "industry standards" for cleanliness are, but this hotel fell way short of my cleanliness standard. Mirrors dirty, furniture dusty, bathroom floors not clean, long dark hair in one of the beds, we slept in the other one. Would not stay at any Best Western again.

Overall the stay was ok the room was average and decent for as clean. The mattress was very firm I woke with back pain. The thing that bothered me was that I woke with a rodent (roach)crawling on me so I wasn't very pleased. I addressed it with front desk she did apologize gave me my deposit and and a extra 10 which could have been more.

Stayed here for a few nights. They are going through some renovations, but hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the brand of coffee and creamer, but there is a PJ's right across the street, so not a deal breaker.

Mainly muffins and cereal for breakfast. Not a lot to choose from. Paint flaking some woodwork. Otherwise everything ok. Would stay here again. Easy check in and checkout. Desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Hotel is close the interstate.

They bragged about the continental breakfast that consisted of two brands of cereal and hot orange juice. The hotel needs to be cleaned. The air conditioner filter was completely clogged with dirt. But it was a good price

Traveling east to West I10 on motorcycle needed to pick a place for the night and here I was @ Mississippi. Hotel was in good location off I10 and near gas stations. Hotel was clean and rooms good for price. Breakfast was ok but some BW have better selection. Bed was comfortable and room was clean,. This was a Late weekend night and they were packed but still helpful and got me in room quickly.

This place is awful!!!! We went on a high traffic weekend so all hotels were overpriced at the time. We thought we got lucky when we found this one for $345.00. We were so wrong. The room sitting area smelled like someone had been peeing on the rug. The AC was covered in mold. The sheets looked like they had been using them for years. They were dingy and had small holes in them. We were in the room about 15 mins and my husband used the bathroom and opened the soap to wash his hands. I sat on the bed because I felt yucky sitting on the couch. They refused any refund at all so we left and went about 40 mins down the road to a very Clean Hampton for less than $200. I was very angry about the non refund but not enough to attempt to sleep in that disgusting bed.

This hotel is very comfortable, quiet, and reasonable. Will definitely stay here again. May not be next door to the casino's but is a better value than a lot of hotels down by the Casino. Best Value out there.

Pros: Staff was courteous, room was spacious and as "clean" as could be, beds were comfortable, linens and pillows were nice. Cons: Musty smell to room, carpet outdated and dingy, fixtures outdated and rusty, only cold items for breakfast.

It was far below best western expectations I will pay to stay somewhere better in the area next time that I am in town. . They need a major renovation done to improve the facility.. I would not recommend

Booked 2 rooms for 3 days after working 20 hours. 10 minutes after booking these rooms I Arrived at the front desk. I am told my reservation can't be seen and that they do not have any clean rooms ! They told me to go on and curse , that they understand. An hour later , I am still on hold with hotel.com Do not visit this hotel !

This hotel seemed fairly reasonably priced and close to what we needed. There were several restaurants close by as well as it being close to the interstate. The staff were very friendly, and it was very quiet there. I think that the only complaints that I would have is if your going to offer an in room coffee maker please make sure it is cleaned out and that there are no strange linens left on the closet floor. Also the beds are very hard even my children had a hard time sleeping. Lastly although with covid going on they did offer breakfast which was more of a cold breakfast. There were a few options available as well as coffee until I could go next door to the waffle house before our game. The only complaint I have about the breakfast is that I was going to grab some oranges and some appeared to have mold on them and/or were so soft that they should not have been in the basket.

Great place for hookers and drug addicts. Decent people should go three miles down the road. This place gives Best Western a bad name. Look at the responses from other reviews, same copy and paste response. Still waiting for the phone call from the manager that I requested on the 16th of December. Read the Google reviews too. Those mention bed bugs and worse.

When we arrived, we weren't told where our room was, I had to ask. We weren't told of the amenities offered. We weren't told that a full breakfast wouldn't be offered. There were cinnamon rolls, twinkies, and an open glass jug of milk, and cereal. We've been to several best western hotels in the past few months and this was by far the worst one we stayed at. There were signs posted everywhere stating that it was a smoke free hotel, yet all you smelled was cigarette and marijuana smoke throughout the entire hotel.

This place looks nice on the outside but they have let the inside go to trash. The tile in the elevator floor is broken to pieces. That's your first welcome. Floors are nasty old carpet. People smoking in the halls. Sheets had head AND pubic hair. AC sounded like a train on high. Bathroom sorta clean. Bed was hard as a rock. The “free breakfast” of cold cereal is a joke. Don't judge this place by its cover because the only thing keeping it from a roach motel is the roaches.

I don't usually make reviews, but I needed to do my due diligence. I came for a pre-Thanksgiving getaway for 11/22 to 11/24. Checked in with my mom and went to nonsmoking 2 bed queen room. Learned the sheets were filthy so called the lady downstairs who was nice at check-in, and she nicely moved us to new room. Moved to a room next door and had similar issue. Was given upgrade to king suite with 1 bed on smoking floor. Not a suite (by any definition), bathroom filthy, sinky filthy, and sheets still had stains when we awakened the next morning and pulled everything off the bed. I took pictures of this catastrophe hotel. More like a motel. Floors not clean. Beer bottles in elevator. This is by far the worst Best Western I've ever stayed. I was told I would be given a 10% discount for one night due to pain and suffering of having to move multiple times. Should have been offered a free night's stay, but I guess they wouldn't make any money. I canceled my second night due to the FILTHYNESS. I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO RECONSIDER STAYING HERE UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY!! The staff are nice, so that's a bonus. No COVID precautions used here either. We were the only ones walking around with masks. I would rate this place low, beds hard, and noisy too.

Hotels that ignore Covid and don't even require masks in public areas - cannot use COVID as an excuse for the extremely poor breakfast served. This hotel advertises itself as “breakfast included”, but you end up getting a few full items that are far from enough to make even a dull meal. No breads, bagels or spreads of any kind, dull selection of yogurts and cereal, no eggs…

This is not a best westerns plus as shown on site. the place is nasty and run down and stinks' with smoke and other odors also room ac don't work mold in rooms and shower areas staff rude and place needs an upgrade

Very reasonably priced hotel with good amenities. The bright lights in the parking lot are a security plus but hard to keep the light out of the room even with blackout blinds. Spartan breakfast but there are restaurants and reasonably priced gas stations nearby.

i have stayed here before and been very happy but his time it appeared that they were using covid as an excuse to cut cost. this being an event they raised the rent each day but no service. minamal breakfast and if this was do to covid why didn't the food handling staff have masks and gloves. no service after five days bedding had not made or changed, towels had to be picked up at the desk and the garbage needed to be left in the hall if you needed it removed. they didn't even vaccumme the hall

Dirty bathroom (hair from previous guest all over the tub). Elevator smelled of pot. Cold breakfast. Go to the next hotel if you can....do NOT stay here. Read reviews before booking!! I read about someone mentioning bedbugs.

Sheets were dirty, had to ask 2 to get clean one. After they finally changed my sheets they left the dirty sheets in a pile in the corner of my room as evidence. Tub area full of mold. Carpet outside bathroom wet. Toilet didn't work. No breakfast offerings not even a granola bar.

I made a reservation several weeks in advance on Hotels.com but upon arrival my reservation could not be found in the computer. The desk clerk graciously made a new reservation for me and gave me a good rate. Great room. Nice and quiet.

I am a card caring Best Western member. I always stay at Best Western if there is one available. I stayed at the Cypress Oak Best Western for 10 nights on a business trip. Internet access was almost non-existent. I changed rooms to get closer to the router which helped some. The shower wouldn't drain in the first room. The carpet was too nasty to go barefooted. The staff is nice, but not very helpful. The surrounding neighborhood was not terribly bad, but highly questionable.

We've stayed here before when it was a Best Western Plus, but they apparently lost their "Plus" designation, and I can see why. There was nothing horrible about it (other than the damp and sticky room carpet) but nothing that stands out as great either. I'm used to a Best Western Plus delivering above and beyond. This hotel delivered a decent night's sleep at a good price. But not much more.

Understandably breakfast options were limited due to covid but they really cheap out. Yogurt, nutragrain bars, chewy bars, apple/orange, muffin, or microwavable sausage biscuits is it. Better as snacks for the kids than a proper breakfast for anyone. But the staff was very friendly, room was clean (minus a bit of black mold on the ceiling over the bed). The chairs in the room are small and uncomfortable so don't plan on spending time in the room outside the bed. However, the mattress is firm with a plush top and provides a comfortable night's rest.

The Biloxi Best Western is putting a $100.- security deposit on your card at your check in. I think that's important to know in advance. Unfortunately it's not mentioned on their website. Room was okay. Breakfast... All Hotels are trying to do something for their guests during COVID, not the BW in Biloxi.

We enjoyed our stay in Biloxy. The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and we got some much needed rest. We would definitely stay here again. There was some constructions going on but everything was clean and quiet by 6 in the evening.

Good decent hotel that was an hour from our beach house in Alabama (Dauphin Island). I visited an aunt I hadn't seen in years in Hattiesburg, MS. This hotel was an hour from my aunt and an hour from our beach house. Because of travel, our visit, this hotel was in a perfect location for an impromptu stay.thanks!

The hotel was going thru some renovations during my stay. In all fairness the room they put me in was clean, and functional. The bed was comfortable. Didn't really try the breakfast. Once renovations are complete, I am sure this will be a very nice hotel. You can finish part of hotel and remain open while you work on other parts. I judge for myself. The room I was put in was really nice. I would stay here again.

The Best Western Plus Cypress Creek in Biloxi is an older hotel that needs to be remodeled. The employees at this Hotel were not very friendly. The breakfast at this hotel was unsatisfactory. The room we stayed in needs new carpeting. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel room was very clean. The front desk staff friendly and helpful. Located just off the highway and easy to find with plenty of guest parking. The grab and go breakfast due to Covid was good with muffins, granola bars, sausage and biscuits, fruit, yogurt , juice and coffee.

Upon arrival it says they are remodeling. The room smelled like cigarettes and fresh paint. IT was not CLEAN. Found black hairs on wall of shower and they were not ours. Also, tile was not clean. Carpet smelled and not clean. Beds were okay. Needs more places to put stuff in the room. There was really no PLUS about it. Worse BW Plus we have ever stayed at. I don't know if they served breakfast too scared to find out. Gross.

Upon checking in i had to pay a 100 dollar security deposit which i did not have a issue with, however i was never told about the security deposit upon making the reservation. But , that neither here or there. They room had a bad old persons odor in the room...the cable channel line up wasn't the best!! Wish i had of brought my roku stick... after checking out i was told wait three days to receive my security deposit back..it is now day five and still no security deposit back which means they stole my money!! Making it 351 for a one night stay at this run down hotel!! I will never stay at this location again!! Now i have to fight to get my security deposit back!! There was no room damage and nothing was stolen out the room , so there shouldn't be any reason not to give me my security deposit back.

Long story short: we booked a room with a jacuzzi tub, which when we got to the hotel were told it only had 1 functioning jet out of 6. Discount was requested and we were given the run around for the rest of our stay. The man at the front desk, Eric, told us and the booking company over the phone he knew nothing and then admitted it was flagged right there on the computer. Several weeks after, we are STILL awaiting a refund. An honest business doesn't book a room with certain amenities, supply lesser, and then expect to receive the full price.

Hotel needs updating rooms gives vibe of a motel room not hotel plus. If there's any renovations its not much. Hotel is conveniently located off the interstate thats the only plus. Room could be more inviting and more decorative pieces.

The outside of the hotel was a little creepy. The person at the front desk was nice. The placed smelled pretty good. My room was on the 3rd floor. My room was clean. The bathtub was huge and also clean. The a/c worked great and the bed was soft. My only complaint was the bedding. I did have nice, clean sheets. However, the blanket was super thin, and the pillows were very small. The room was nice and quiet. I slept like a baby. I would stay here again, but would definitely request more blankets.

Hurricane Zeta came and I was without power and so was best western as soon as there power came up I was offered a room and the employees was great and this was my first time staring at best western but it won't be my last time

Our room was dirty, sheets looked as if someone had slept in them. Pee stained and hair in the bed. Sink mirror was dusty dirty from stuff splashed. Bathroom floor had dirt like swept into corners bathtub had soap sum build up on tiles.We were moved to another room it was the same except no pee stain. So disappointed this was a plus hotel.

Usually stay at Best Western Plus properties but this one was disappointing. It appears to be an older property which could use some updating. Our major problem was checking out when my 77 year old husband fell on a wet ramp in front of the hotel. It was rainy and the ramp was slippery. No one came to help us and after he was able to get up someone showed up and said they try to keep a sign out warning guests of slippery condition. They said people keep moving the sign. May we suggest treating the ramp with a non skid material. It did not help us but it may prevent someone else from a bad fall. Overall experience was not good. Will not stay at this property again.

We felt were were close enough to all casinos and restaurants in the Biloxi area without all the traffic issues. Would definitely book here again but DO NOT go through anyone but Best Western. The others sites charged us at least $40 more with extra taxes and booking fees. Big mistake!

Going to the Sugar Bowl game in NOLA. Stayed here instead of in New Orleans. Very nice hotel. Clean, convenient, comfortable. Good breakfast. 70 min drive to NOLA, and MUCH cheaper than hotels there! We spent time in the Biloxi casino's, which were a 10 min drive from hotel. Will stay here again.

Wonderful experience. Too much traffic on the road and saw a Best Western sign. turned in and what a wonderful quiet, on the end of a road paradise. Not only that, a wonderful Harley shop right across the road to walk to and enjoy the bikes. Go for it people

We were finishing up a cross country drive and decided to spend one more day on the road instead of driving well into the night. We found this Best Western on the mobile phone app. It is very convenient to the interstate. The room and the beds were very inviting and welcome. The breakfast lived up to our expectation of a hot and healthy breakfast that we have come to expect from the Best Western chain.

This hotel is very exceptional and never disappoints. The whole staff is so friendly and the rooms are clean and updated. I stay here often and never had any issues. The rates are great especially when you sign up to be a reward member.

After checking out on a Sunday, after spending 12 hours in my room, sleeping!!!!! I receive an alert from my bank Monday about a $150 fee from the hotel. I immediately called to ask about what is was for.... "a smoking fee" the front desk clerk says rudely! I 100% did not smoke in that room!!!! I am disgusted by anyone that thinks smoking indoors is ok. I have been asking for, now, 3 weeks of an explanation or proof or ANYTHING to answer why I'm being charged this fee. The manager didn't even respond until I went above her. Still, no explanation. Since then I have read of hotels doing this A LOT to scam people! I'm doing what I need to do to get this resolved, no help from Best Western. I just want everyone to be aware that this can happen to anyone! And this particular branch doesn't care!

This hotel has everything going for it, 4 floors and it's got an elevator. Cleaning people are great, breakfast was good, lobby and breakfast room was clean. So why 3 stars, because the beds were horrible! They need new mattresses!!!! It has noise from the highway, not much, and the A/C works better than most. But the beds are not comfortable.

The first review on this hotel will start with parking lot. THere is only one way in and one way out. Next would be the rooms- we stayed in a Double queen room. Bathroom was small but still clean and nice. Breakfast was decent. Would be nice if they changed up the main hot items daily. Pool area was decent. Could use more seating area. We were there with a soccer team and used the pool for relaxing time. last but not least- the elevator..... This was our only problem. It was sooo slow. WIth this hotel only having 4 floors- it was way faster using the stairs.

Me and my family sty here often when we travel to Mississippi. The location is right of the interstate so everything is pretty close!! I recommend staying here you will not be disappointed. Visit the casino!

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed at. The staff were friendly and polite.The room and fascilities were excellent. The breakfast was better than some of other hotels I've stayed at, and the location was just right for me, I would have liked to have stayed longer.

Accomodating staff with a southern hospitality. The hotel has a warm, quiet atmosphere with clean comfortable beds which made for a pleasant stay. Various items to choose from on the breakfast buffet and quite tasty. There were no disappointments in my stay. I'm quiet glad I chose to spend the night and would not hesitate to stay again. In town for family reunion one hotel cancelled my reservation so was able to find this place with rooms available sooo glad I did. Rooms were clean bed was soft and their breakfast was filling and plentiful definitely hit the spot it.

Hotel is very nice staff very friendly just dont have enough tv channels to watch need water in lobby not lemon water location was not far from the casino or shopping area close to interstate was able to get on and off the interstate no promblem

Decided to go to the coast to shop before I got married. The hotel is nice, but had an issue with the air conditioner. We were moved to another room. Long story short, the morning staff is messy and petty. The breakfast was average. You get what you pay for, is all I can say.

Great service. Rooms could have been cleaned better bugs found, the sink is outside the toilet room so u have to touch the handle before washing your hands had to purchase cleaning wipes. No hot water at checkout.overall ok visit Clara discount ed our second night I thought that was ok..

My family and I recently stayed at this Best Western for a week. The staff was friendly and more than helpful our entire stay. Whatever we needed they were more than happy to help.The breakfast was delicious and had different varieties. A very special thank you to the house keeper who name is Mrs.VIB was more than helpful and came by daily during our week stay making sure if we needed towels, clean blankets, soap or anything she made it readily available. She was very sweet and courteous to our family and I'm very thankful for meeting her during our stay. The hotel itself is located right by the Interstate and is minutes away from shopping and entertainment. There is a PJ'S coffee and waffle house directly across the street. And a variety of fast food restaurants down the street. We will definitely be back. Thank you again to all the front desk staff. And other support staff for making our stay great.

The hotel wasn't bad at all. I would stay here again. The staff are super friendly. The breakfast was great! Our location to downtown was fair and our room was ok. We did find some previous guest items in our room near and around the bedskirt but we arent extremely picky so it didnt bother us. Sheets, towels bathroom were clean. The poolnqs fun for the kids but there were alot of floating dead ants in it. Maybe they can tend to that a little more if at all possible. Oh, the elevator did get stuck and my family were stuck for a out 15 minutes but they hopped to tending to them ASAP. Overall it was a good stay!

This was a very nice and clean hotel. Front desk was very nice at check-in and check-out. the location of the hotel was close to all we wanted to do.Room was clean and halls were quiet. Breakfast was very good. Would stay here again in the future.

The outside of the building is landscaped beautifully for the area. I was fairly impressed. I loved how clean the lobby and fitness area was. The room I was in need a little more cosmetic touch but was clean!

My husband and I stayed here for our 40th anniversary. We absolutely loved the King Suite with jaquzzi, the breakfast, pool, and hotel staff. This place is very clean, friendly, a great location. The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

We arrived at the hotel to check-in and we were greeted bySabrina at the front desk.Sabrina's warmth, cheerfulness and helpful attitude explded when we met her. What a great start for a 3-night stay. I hope you are privileged to meet her when you stay at the Best Western Plus Cypress Creek Inn. The hotel is 4-story with extremely large and comfortable rooms. Along with the King bed you will find a sofa, writing desk, ample drawers for clothingand very good lighting.The usual fridge, microwave and coffee maker, plus the TV with about 30 channels complete the room amenities Very impotantly, the A/C worked well and was easily adjustable. Breakfast was very good each morning with biscuiys & Gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal and different danishrolls and juice. The pool looked to be medium size but we did not use it. Location is good, easy to get downtown to Beach Blvd, the casinos, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend the Best Western Plus Cypress Creek Inn.

We just left the Best Western plus Cypress, that was the BEST experience!!! From the moment we walked in, Monique at the front desk and the young man working with her were super sweet! Every employee we passed were all very very nice. Chantelle in housekeeping was equally as nice. If you are needing a stop over in Biloxi, the Best Western plus Cypress is a must. We were traveling between Central Florida and Louisiana and stopped for the night in Biloxi. The hotel was right of the interstate, but was also less than 30 minutes away from the beach/Casino area. Our room was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again when traveling through the area. The hotel was in a decent area and in close proximity to dining and attractions.

We use to stay at Best Western in Texas. We stay there one night on the way to Georgia from Texas. Room is big, bed is also very comfortable. Warm breakfast is delicious. All the staff are very nice and friendly. House keeping staff, I think her name is VIB is super sweet. We'll definite come back. Thank Y'all.

My friends and I went to Biloxi for a concert at the Crawfish Festival. Since the rooms were so pricy on the coast we decided to stay only about 5 miles away. Glad we did. Our room was clean, breakfast was very good. Many food choices. Nice pool. And a friendly staff

Stayed here 3 days. Got a good rate for two days but the Sunday might rate was considerably higher. Corporate had raised the rate schedule because the hotel was booked due to 3 busses staying overnight. Tyler the manager, corrected this and gave us the same rate. Kudos to him. Denise at the desk did our checkout and made sure the rate was corrected. Found the hotel very clean. Only and I mean the only suggestion would be better marking of the driveway entrance. Free breakfast was very good. I judge every review by “would I come back”. Definitely would return when I'm in the area!!

Stayed here while traveling for a meet with Bearded Villains South Ms for a fundraiser for autism and 3 year anniversary. The stay was great. Service was excellent, breakfast was great tasting, room was thoroughly cleaned and clean upon check in, I'm from Arkansas, and when traveling through I will stay here again for sure, great location and easy to access from the interstate #bv #bvar #bvsms

Breakfast was a huge disappointment as hot food offerings were lukewarm. 2% Milk was spoiled and regular milk was old. Pastries were not fresh. Would not stay here for inconsistent quality. Hotel smelled like perfumes disinfectant.

The staff at the Best Western always had a smile. They always went above and beyond to make our stay good. We were in town for a funeral and they did their best to make sure when we came back to the hotel after a long, emotional day that we had everything we needed.

Location was good for the area. Service was excellent . Prices were reasonable for the area. We asked the evening desk clerk for restaurant recommendations and she was very obliging. Would recommend this motel to anyone traveling through the area.

Stayed here for one night on our way to New Orleans. Were able to check in early, which was very nice because after a long drive, we wanted to shower and hit the casinos. Hotel was very convenient off of Interstate 10, and it was a simple, 10 min. drive to the casino area. The staff in the hotel was very professional, and very friendly. Hotel was clean, and our room on the 4th floor seemed brand new. Plenty of fluffy towels, comfortable beds, and good wifi. Breakfast was good, with some of the best bacon you will ever eat! We will definitely stay here again.

From the minute we walked in this place the experience was fantastic! The lady at the front desk was friendly and professional. She even remembered talking to us on the phone during the reservation process. The rooms are extremely clean and spacious. We had a double queen. Lots of space. Even a table with two chairs. Having someplace to sit besides the bed goes a long way with me. The service staff is polite and eager to please. If they saw you in the hall, they would ask if you needed anything. Even if they saw you ten minutes ago. Now for what I think is the best part. They serve breakfast from 6 to 9:30. They are even pretty flexible about the 9:30 thing. They have a nice sit down type dining area. Large screen tv. Additionally they have a complimentary stack of USA Today newspapers. The food is the usual continental stuff. Plus they have a hot bar with eggs, bacon , home fries and my favorite biscuits and gravy all made hot and fresh. Not frozen. It's all very tasty. They even have...wait for it, a pancake making machine. You can even chose how big you want your pancake to be. Coffee is always hot and fresh with several different choices. They also have a coffee and water bar in the lobby that is available 24/7. Additionally, they have a conference room, gym and a pool. They even have a washer and dryer and a computer center. You can do WI FI in your room for free and it's really fast. Overall, what a great experience! If I didn't have a home of my own, I could live in this place LOL! Never had this level of treatment in any chain hotel. I travel a lot, so that should tell you something. They are located just off exit 50 in Ocean Springs, MS (south side) on Lamar Pool Road. I highly recommend you check them out.

This was a great property. From check in to my late check out I was totally satisfied. Great deal. Will return. Super friendly staff. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Facilities were clean and comfortable.

This hotel has the best customer service I've ever had. My family and I met one of the workers named Vib. Vib is extremely helpful and does her job well. She is an amazing person and employee. I hope this hotel know exactly what they have. This woman is incredible. I will definitely come back to stay again.

Very friendly staff, Breakfast and Beds were great as we found with most Best Western hotels. I wish we would have had more time to take in the natural areas close by. This place is visable on interstate and easy to access.

Hotel room was nice and the service was very good. The amenities were lacking as there is only one washer and dryer available and the exercise room is damp and the equipment is in need of repair or replacement.

My sister and I were visiting the Peter Anderson arts festival in Ocean Springs and wanted a head start so we came in a day early. Denise at the desk was truly gracious and full of great information which lead us to a delicious dinner. After a relaxing night in a clean, quiet, comfortable room we went down to a lovely breakfast buffet prepared by Winston and Nadine. Thanks to Best Western we got to the festival early to shop until we dropped.

We had to evacuate from Panama City Florida due to Hurricane Michael. We were there from Oct 10- Oct 20. Ms Vib was totally AWESOME! She made our stay so much better. She always had a smile & encouraging words. She showed so much compassion towards us concerning everything we were going during our stay at Best Western Plus. We stayed here three nights and were very pleased with our room, the breakfast, the location and the staff. Easy access to all the restaurants and attractions in Biloxi and Gulfport. Reasonable price for such a large room, with frig., safe, microwave and sofa.

We booked through a 3rd party for Crusin' The Coast for $115 per night. Nice, clean, comfortable, and convenient. The only thing that we did not like was the breakfast food. We tried it the first morning, then we ate else where the next two days. However, the bad breakfast is not enough to deter us from staying there again, as we have already booked our stay for next year.

One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. It was extremely comfortable and quiet. My only problem was the inconsistent person smoking in the room next to me. Christine at the front desk exceeded our expectations and truly understands the meaning of customer service excellence.

We stayed at this hotel because it was one of the only hotels with vacancies near any Gulf Coast beach. The hotel was super nice. The shower was amazing! Best hotel shower I have ever experienced. Great continental breakfast. The staff was stellar, including Ms Vib, who cleaned the rooms and always bid us “good morning,” no matter how early it was. The front desk attendants were extremely helpful when we asked for directions, and were so friendly, to just chit-chat with. The pool was beautiful and clean, my kids loved it. The available washer/dryer for all our sandy towels was a god-send. All I can say is great things about the entire stay. Thank you, Best Western, for making our vacation perfect.

They're currently making updates to the property that are making it look really nice along with a great guest experience. Can't wait for the mattresses to get their update, but where it is now is great and they've got a fitness room and outdoor pool which many hotels in the surrounding area do not have.

Our first time staying at this hotel.. very clean and the staff was friendly.. complimentary breakfast was awesome.. and very clean rooms.. I would recommend this hotel.. our houseguest VIB was very friendly.. she took care of our room- even changed the sheets on the bed when I asked plus extra towels....

Overall, the stay was great! The hotel had more people staying than they were staffed for so breakfast was an awkward situation but the breakfast staff attempted to accommodate all. Jasmine was great!

We found this hotel by a coupon in a travel coupon book. We were very impressed with the southern hospitality, friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent as well was the cook. (What a great person) Vib one of the house keeper was always offering to help us with clean towels. We will definitely be back at this hotel when we go back to Mississippi.

The bed was really really hard . It needs to b upgrade bad ! It was like sleeping on a rock ! But everything else was good .. they were very nice . And good breakfast and coffee...... it was just the bed really bad

Denise the lady at the front desk was amazing. She really made our stay worth wild. My husband surprised me with a jacuzzi room and a fruit basket the lady's really helped with that. The rooms have been upgraded and the breakfast is amazing. The facility was clean, and service was a 5 out of 5

Considering the low prices for rooms at the Best Wester it is worth the effort to drive to casinos and stay here. The breakfast food, service and cleanliness of the breakfast area is excellent My fussy wife actually enjoys eating breakfast there. The staff is always very accommodating for any requests. Parking in front and back makes access to car easy. The pool and exercise room to just right.

We were on a road trip and took advantage of a travel card I had earned for previous stays at Best Western. We had a king bed suite (Room 211) and with taxes less the $10.00 travel card we paid $78.28. Be sure to become a member and take advantage of promotions Best Western offers. Also, if you are a member of another hotel loyalty club and are high up on the scale, Best Western will match your level. Everything from the room, breakfast, employees, and check out were superb. We would definitely stay here again.

10 minute drive to Ocean Springs public beach (FtMaurepas, Biloxi Bay) where there is free parking, a nice playground, and beautiful, long pier, and volleyball net. This hotel is currently undergoing major renovations, so there were very few guests besides us, but the construction workers were very respectful and did not disturb our stay at all! Had a very good room, cold a/c, medium size clean pool, (5ft deep) large hot breakfast with the cute little pancake maker with the push of a button, and a really sweet housekeeping employee named Vib. She was thoughtful and kind. The front desk was very accommodating as we decided to extend our stays since this was such a great hotel for us.

We were on one of our many travel soccer trips. The hotel was in the middle of remodeling the premises and did have signs up to indicated this. The room that we stayed in had obviously been remodeled. It was well decorated and comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well. The Internet had to be reset but afterwards it worked well. I liked also that there was a card identifying the different TV channels. This was very helpful. I was somewhat disappointed that I had to identify myself as a diamond member. I requested an email receipt that I did not receive. The breakfast was adequate and the staff was very helpful during breakfast and kept the food items replenished. Overall it was a good stay and I would stay there on a return visit..

I was greet by the friendly front desk person and checked in and out in a very timely way. The front desk was help me to find local shops and things to do. Also my room was neat and very clean with good quality toiletries. I would strongly recommend this place if you're looking for a nice friendly place away from the strip. Housekeep Vib was a delight and saw to it that I had fresh towels and that my housekeep needs was taken care of.

Room was larger than expected. Bed was adequate. Breakfast was better than expected. Had good sausage and bacon. Nice location off interstate, but awkward to turn into the driveway for the property. Did have free newspaper.

The motel was immediately off of interstate 10, easily accessible. Motel staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Rooms were clean, they were in the process of remodeling part of the rooms. Our room was on street side and somewhat noisy. I would recommend staying on the back side of motel. Motel was smoke free. Breakfast was good quality and numerous choices.

My Husband and I stayed here on 3/17/18. Hotel was going through renovations when we arrived but it wasn't an inconvenience. We come to the coast once/twice a year and we always stay at Cypress Plus. Hotel staff is friendly, breakfast is always hot and good!! We stayed in room 116 Queen suite. Room was very spacious and the bed was comfy. Only had one complaint.....while the rest of the room was clean, the carpet was not. It felt sticky and my feet turned black while walking barefoot on the floor. Overall this is a great hotel and I will still be staying here everytime we vist the coast.

We have been coming back every year on our trip South. Friendly, helpful staff at front desk and VIB is the best!!!!! The breakfasts are a great way to start the day. We love the casinos and restaurants in the area and beautiful Gulf sunsets!

Though the hotel was going through some renovations, it didn't interfere with our stay. The Staff was friendly and helpful. Vib, from housekeeping, was pleasant and ensured we had everything we needed. Conveniently located right off I-10. We will stay again.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Convenient location right off of I10. Comfy beds. Microwave and fridge. The breakfast which was included was a bargain, nice variety. Eggs were instant and the Bacon seemed microwaved, but again for the price, you cannot expect a cook on site. Only downside, when wet the towels had a slight Chlorine smell. Did not bother me, but it did bother a very picky wife.

Stayed 3 nights here at the end of December. Great experience! Friendly, helpful staff when I called to book the room. Check-in was easy, staff friendly, and room ready. Hotel has easy access from interstate and plenty of on-site parking. Room very comfortable - king bed, sofa, desk, large flat-screen TV. Breakfast options were plentiful, from cereal, to make your own omelets and pancakes. Only place I've ever stayed that had small packets of salsa for your eggs! Yum! Will be my go-to place whenever I need a hotel in Biloxi.

The only reason I am not giving this a terrible, is the guy on duty the night we were there was super helpful. He did everything he possibly could to make our stay pleasant. Breakfast was absolutely the best we had our whole trip. Now for the downside: There was a very serious SECURITY PROBLEM. The back door (which should require room key entry) would not close good so anyone could walk-in. The room was extremely out dated. Not enough electrical outlets for our electronics and the ones there were inconveniently located. The carpet was poor quality and felt if it had sand in it. The bedding needed to be improved.

I booked with my bestwestern loyalty points. We was supposed to stay in biloxi but they booked us in Gulfport after an hour on the phone they put us here. Great staff,rooms,location. Downtown Ocean spring just a short trip away with good good and drinks. Love the drive into biloxi and the view is great.

Stayed one night on the way home from Orlando. Hotel is easy to find. Outside looks nice and lobby was clean. Evening and morning desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The rooms definitely need updating and a fresh coat of paint. Bathroom needs update too. Breakfast was good, and had a varied selection of items.

Excelent place, the breakfast was delicious with variety for people with different tastes, also with healthy options, it is close to many beautiful cities, the people that work at the hotel were very nice, the guy at the front desk helped us by telling us what we could do around, and the cleaning lady was also very nice, the place was clean, so the people who clean do a great job. This motel is very clean. We were on a long road trip,5 days each way. I was a nice place with afternoon snacks and a good selection for breakfast. It was close to restaurants and shopping. It was just off I-10.

Our room smelled like mildew. A friend had to request another room due to the smell in theirs. We had 1980-style trim that had been repainted quite a few times. Paint was cracking on some trim and the wall. Overall our room gave us an 80s-90s vibe. I doubt I'd stay at this location again.

Very clean hotel, great management and very Friendly Staff. Always stay here when on work assignment at the shipyard in Pascagoula. Housekeeper 'VIB" always had the room cleaned so I never had to wait on my room to be done when I returned from the job each afternoon. Fresh Coffee always maintained at the front lobby. The Complimentary Breakfast is good with plenty to select from.

Everything about the hotel was great other than the free breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful and there was plenty of well lite parking. Never had any problems with the key cards. The hotel was easy to find right off I-10. The room was very clean and pleasant. The only problem was the free breakfast. The orange juice was tasted and looked rotten and the bread tasted moldy, and the biscuits were hard as a rock. I told the staff about the orange juice and she changed it but even the new one tasted rotten, The color wasn't even orange, It looked grayish to me. If I ever go back I will have breakfast somewhere else. Again, Other than the breakfast I feel the hotel was a very good value.

excellent staff Clara and the rest of the ladies are always very welcoming and helpful. The cleaning staff is also very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that it is advertised as Biloxi but it closer to Ocean Springs as far as the hubbub of the city life.

Very friendly staff, convenient location to Ingalls shipyard and Biloxi, MS where eateries are abundant. Next to interstate 10 and easy to find. 25 minutes to Gulfport airport. Parking is free and well lighted.

Had good experience with Best Western (Kerrville,Tx) last night so decided to make this stop on my way to FL. Receptionist was courteous and informative. Room is clean, looks new. Would highly recommend hotel for the experience and value.

we stayed in room 126 and when you opened the door you could smell the mold!! Very unexceptable for a Best Western Plus!!! I have pictures of the mold and of the swimming pool that had shingles and other stuff in it. we couldnt even swim!

WONDERFUL facility and staff. The area is safe to be. A very nice area close to retail stores and restaurants. Not a over crowded area. Easy to access Hwy 90. Love this facility. Vib, Scott, Octavia, David and Coara all just wonderful.

We stayed here to get a better price during the week of Cruzin the Coast. We were very pleased with the location, outside appearance, inside appearance and the room. We had issues with a light above the vanity and the manager in his suit and tie went out of his way to replace the entire fixture for our stay to be more pleasant. I would definitely stay here in the future!

Every time I come to Biloxi, I stay at this hotel. It is only a few miles from downtown Biloxi. The rooms are clean, staff is welcoming, and there is complimentary breakfast (which I love by the way). Breakfast is served from 6 am. to 9 p.m. and it includes, grits, bacon, potatoes, eggs, sausage, biscuits, fruit, cereal, pancakes, coffee and juice.

Hotel was very nice and the housekeeper were extra helpful.. The pool area was so clean and it just had a nice vibe.. Everything was so clean and me and my boyfriend really enjoyed it, he actually ate the breakfast.. VIB

We stayed here on a whim after a disappointing check-in at a nearby location. The staff was eager to help, the rooms were clean, breakfast was great! Everything I needed was there. I am especially thankful to Vib for her high standards of cleanliness, and to Octavia for going the extra mile to help me transfer my reservation. I would definitely stay here if I'm ever passing through again!

The staff was very good, quick to please, rooms left much to be desired old beds springs poking threw the mattress, sheets cheap as I have ever seen. Forget the breakfast, food quality at best was poor, along with an attitude from the attendant that was that of a concentration guard. Obviously showing how the management felt about the breakfast program. YUCK!

I love BW Cypress Creek (Biloxi) MS. They have the greatest staff ever, and the rooms are always extremely comfortable! Vib, in housekeeping, is outstanding!!! I will definitely be back next time I am in Mississippi. This hotel is also very convenient to the casinos if you like that sort of thing. D'Iberville is just up the road with just about any kind of food you want to eat, and a really nice theater there as well.

The location of this hotel is near perfect for beaches, local sights and casinos and for a very reasonable price. All staff personnel were friendly, courteous and professional. The outstanding person was Vib our housekeeper. We will specifically request her on our next visit.

I loved staying here. There were 4 adults in one room, they were very responsive to our needs and requests. The staff was friendly, the rooms were nice and affordable! I love the fact that they had a microwave in the room, because I do not see that in many hotel rooms. My family will use this hotel chain again for our vacay needs!

There was a strong smoke smell due to a customer down the hall smoking in their room. The front desk manager brought us some room spray but it didn't cover the smell. The pool was extremely dirty and we were very upset about this. There was hair and bugs in the pool and it was extremely cloudy. The toilet kept backing up, the front desk did try to remedy the situation.

We stYed here on the way home from a family visit. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! The employees were very friendly and happy to help! The free breakfast was wonderful with sausage, some bacon, hash browns, eggs, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, cereal, fruit, bagels (etc), and pancakes. They had a pancake machine that your could watch through the side! My sister-in-law is in a wheel chair and could get into the bathroom on her own, and the bed was easy for her to get on and off of. I would definitely stay here again!

Our room looked just like the photos on the internet. We had a king suite. The breakfast was adequate and there was a microwave if it wasn't hot enough. The staff was very friendly and Vib the maid was very sweet and personable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We used the back roads to the beach in Biloxi which was very easy to navigate and not far from the hotel.

This pictures from the internet is not what this hotel looks like. It is outdated, little to no customer service, the breakfast is horrible (everything cold including the coffee), the mattresses are in great need of replacing. I do not recommend this hotel. The price is not worth the comfort and hotel amenities this hotel claims to offer. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE

Ms. Vib is a very good when it comes too cleaning and making sure we have all our thing cleaned and replaced also very helpful and very family friendly , and the service all around is top of the line also breakfast is awesome and swimming pool is cleaned daily and very nice also property inside and out is flawless !!!

We had a great house keeper in the hotel she was magnificent .She did everything she was suppose to do .She cleaned the room and bathroom well .She also vaccumed .She was very friendly. We just returned from a week long trip with 3 baseball teams. We had 32 rooms for 8 nights. The management and staff of this property went out of their way to make our stay a great one. From making the group reservation, to check-in, check-out and everything in between, we were greeted with smiles and great attitudes. The property was very clean, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. Clara, Scott and Octavia at the front desk went out of their way to accommodate every request and always had great attitudes. Morise, Vib and the rest of the housekeeping staff also did a great job. I cannot say enough nice things about the owner, San. He made the entire reservation process a breeze, and even offered to provide our group with a hospitality room for the week so that our 34 players had a "home base" to eat meals, play games, watch movies, etc. We enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay here again in the future.

We made reservations while still on the road. We arrived and a lot of people there for baseball tournament, so they put us away from he crowds. Yay! Comfy beds and good sized breakfast area, although somewhat limited on the food choices. Desk clerks were great.

This place is great the staff is friendly and VIB in housekeeping is wonderful! Very accommodating for such a large group! The staff does a great job at making you feel at home! Sadly our stay was not what it could have been. There was a strange smell in the lobby that lasted for well over a day. It smelled vaguely of the ocean and after getting out of the car following a long drive, we thought it was just a natural smell. We later realized it wasn't. Also, the breakfast was definitely subpar. The staff seemed completely unprepared each morning and constantly ran out of items. Also they could not keep up and served much of the food cold or lukewarm. On our last day we decided to get breakfast at a local restaurant, there was not even coffee made when we left. The beds were excellent. We slept great each night. Also the rooms were large and well maintained. The water was horrible, but I suspect that has more to do with the local water supply than the hotel. When I received a survey from Best Western I filled it out honestly. I then received an email from the general manager. He tried to claim the smell was quickly dealt with, yet the staff knew nothing of it when I commented on it to them as I checked out, the same people who checked me in. Also he tried blaming his guests, saying they expected more from a limited service hotel than they could offer. I'm not sure if he was trying to blame me or his other guests, either way he fell short and showed little class in trying to blame others. With some work and a better GM, it could be a good facility.

We stayed here for week while working in this area!! Very nice staff, great breakfast, and very clean!! We will stay here next year!! This was surprising because you can tell it is an older hotel, but the owners and management really take care of it!! Coming from Hamilton Ontario, we were looking for a place to relax and near to Alabama! It was perfect, nice breakfast, comfortable beds, and quiet! I was so happy to sit by the pool and chill. Beaches, casinos and shopping were near by.

The staff is very pleasant and upbeat. We personally encountered Mrs. Vib who is in housekeeping and is extremely kind and helpful,and personable. Mr.Scott who works in the front desk,is so kind and definitely helpful with customer service.

Very comfortable beds, friendly staff, nice breakfast, but strong paint and musty odors in hallways and room. Hopefully, this was situational, as they were very convenient to the Biloxi casinos, and we would like to try them again.

This hotel is actually in Ocean Springs or so I was lead to believe. No matter. It was a nice place to overnight. The front desk check in was quick and helpful. Advised me how go log on to wi-fi. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Coffee available in the lobby in the evening which is a big plus for me. Breakfast was very good. Check out was again very quick the next morning. Front desk was helpful in directing us to the lighthouse in Biloxi and how to get to our next destination which was Vicksburg. There is a Waffle House across the street and gas station nearby. Parking is adequate and well lighted. At rush hour it may be a little dicey getting into the hotel as the driveway is very near the corner. If so, go up the road and turn around to come back and make a right turn into the parking lot.

Stayed here for three nights on Business. The Best Western Plus Cypress Creek Hotel was quite, clean, and relaxing. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Recommended some great local restaurants. Great stay!

A nice stay, it was very clean and comfortable, had a good breakfast and wonderful customer service. Nothing much in the immediate vicinity but minutes away from Ocean Springs MS and Biloxi MS so lots to do.

We were on our way to Shreveport and stopped for the night. The hotel was very nice, staff helpful and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was typical for Best Western, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, cereals, juices.

Very friendly staff on check in. Hotel seems older and could use some updates. Slight odor in hallways, like carpet needs replaced. No problems, just not as nice as most BW Plus Hotels we've stayed in previously.

I was a part of a group of over 80 people who stayed at this hotel earlier this week. The front office staff (namely Sabrina and Scott) were absolutely wonderful, but the housekeeping was HORRIBLE! Not only did my room have a bad odor, but my bathroom was FILTHY! There were fresh towels hung in the bathroom, but the floor and tub were disgusting. The bathroom was cleaned after reporting it's condition to the front desk. On the second day of our stay, our group left the hotel around 8:30 a.m. and returned around 9:00 p.m. only to find that housekeeping had not cleaned our rooms AT ALL. I reported this to Sabrina at the front desk, and she informed me that housekeeping was gone for the day.....which left her with rounding up clean towels for our large group to be able to shower that night and the following morning. I am so thankful she was willing and able to take up the slack for housekeeping, but I will NEVER stay at this hotel again or recommend it to others.

My boyfriend and I went on vacation here for a week during Mardi Gras. We rented a king suite with a spa bath and it was beautiful. I would recommend this room to anyone. The receptionist was perfect, if we had any complaints they would resolve it ASAP. Vib the cleaning lady was so sweet. She always made sure our stay was comfortable by providing us with everything we needed. Thank you best western for making our stay as comfortable as possible.

The staff was extremely courteous and professional. Octavia made us feel welcome when making the reservation on the phone and when we arrived. Our room was very clean, and the king size bed and pillows were comfortable..We felt rested and ready for a ten hour drive the next day.

Hotel was excellent in all categories. Great staff, excellent breakfast, outstanding housekeeping staff especially VIB who took excellent care of our room during our entire stay. This was a great hotel when I stayed there last year. This year the bathroom looked like it was repaired by a child and the bed was like a slab of concrete. Complained to the front desk Saturday morning about the bed and was told, "some people like a hard mattress". This is Customer SERVICE, you tell someone that others wouldn't complain about the mattress. I WILL NEVER STAY at this hotel again period and will advise all others not to stay. Did this hotel change owners?

Everything was GREAT. The Staff Was AMAZING & Ms. Vib was very friendly & courteous! Definitely will be back! Pool was clean, breakfast was great & kept long enough for you to eat in a timely manner.! 5 star service!

Small hotel right next to Highway 10. Close to all major casinos. Not much to eat within 10 minutes. McDonalds, Wendy's, Dominoes. Room was clean. Had a small table and 2 chairs, which came in handy. No hair dryer. Sink area is separate from toilet area. Beds were comfortable and AC was great. Soundproofing between rooms was good, other than people letting their doors slam. Breakfast buffet was uninspired.

The breakfast was really good. Bacon, two kinds of sausage. Potatoes, biscuit and gravy. Waffles, cereal, fruit, muffins, danish, yogurt with toppings, Jucies milk, coffee . There were more but I can't remember them all. The rooms were clean and nice. Not a fancy place but great stay for the money.

The room was fine, the location was ok. The staff was friendly. The room was over priced for the norm, but I realize it was a very busy weekend in that area. I would stay at a Best Western again. It was overall better than average

We arrived in Biloxi early in the morning . The trip was a last minute idea. We've stayed in this area before . But never at this hotel and very pleased that we decided to try this best western. The staff is very efficient and friendly. The room we had looked recently remodeled and very clean. Our housekeeper's name was Vib. They also had a very nice free breakfast with waffles, eggs and hot / cold cereals, etc.. When I decide to come back to Biloxi I will definitely stay here again if there is a room available

This hotel is located just off of I-10. The hotel appeared to be new or very well kept. The bed was just okay. They have both hot and cold items for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Super clean hotel, very clean room, I stayed in 211 and the room was immaculate. The staff was friendly especially Vib, who is in housekeeping, and Sabrina at the front desk. Highly recommend this hotel and the area of ocean Sorings . Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and so clean . Great stop in Biloxi, will come back soon to stay here. A ++++++.

Not an eye appealing place to stay - dirty towels in our bathroom left hanging from the hook on back of the door, door to room would not close properly, no pillows, sheets or blankets for the sofa bed - would not spend the money to stay here again. Continental breakfast was the only redeeming feature.

Overall a very convenient location to the Biloxi area. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms that show a little wear - but then again, you are on a tourist beach. Easy on and off Interstate access. Be sure to check out Ocean Springs, The Shed, and Hops and Growlers.

If the drapes and curtains are replaced and the mildew smell removed this hotel would be an ideal place to stay. The breakfast was excellent and the counters and tables were spotless. The staff is excellent and anxious to please. It would be worth checking out after the necessary improvements are completed. I hope they work around the beautiful mosaic tile floor.

I will not ever stay there again when we were there someone was murdered about 2 hours before we got back to the room they used the back door so no one would know and never seen a cop when we went to see family later they told us about it and they told us we could have checked out at 8:30 that morning and got our money back but not that late in the afternoon when they hind it from us so how was we to know about it!!! Will not ever be going back there again!!!

My husband, best friend and myself checked in July 23, 2016 and stayed until the morning of July 29, 2016, we were originally had planned to leave on the morning of the 28th but enjoyed our stay so much we extended it for an extra day. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful! I read some of the reviews from a few of the others that were negative around the same time as we were there and was in shock at the negative remarks, we were treated very well, complimentary breakfast had good assortment of items to choice from, rooms clean, bed comfy and room had the essentials needed! Big shout out to Lisa, Bob and Octavia for making us feel welcomed! Will definitely be back!

Pros: Comfy bed, clean sheets and pillows, AC that worked. The hotel was quiet. The bathroom fan worked. The gym was well equipped. We didn't use the pool, but it looked like a nice little outside pool. The room had a micro and fridge. These are all things I value highly. Cons: the breakfast was so bad that I pitched it, and I never pitch food. The room smelled like wet towels, and the bathroom had dirt and hairs in it. The switches for the bathroom are on the outside of the bathroom, as is the sink. This makes it hard not to wake everyone up if you go in the middle of the night. The hairdryer needs to be replaced in 318. It has cracks on the plug and barely works. The channel changer did not change channels unless you pressed in the channel, but the tv itself had a nice clear screen. If you get the breakfast or the coffee (I wouldn't), take it back to your room because they only have a few cafe tables with four chairs each at them. You can hardly fit two at them, let alone four. We used the front parking lot. The back lot, which we viewed from our window, was barren at night. We had to ask for more towel because we only had three towels for four people. I LOVE Best Western, but I will pick a different one next time.

Upon arrival, staff was very courteous and very helpful. I really appreciated the agent. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was correct and ready. The room was a different story. Old, bathtub was dirty and dingy. A roach crawled over my toes. The bed was comfy but pillows were not. I sprayed the sheets down with disinfectant and refused to even try the breakfast. I will never stay at this hotel again!

I came to Biloxi for a quick trip to visit family at Keesler Airforce Base. Rooms were very clean, staff was super helpful and friendly. Beds were very comfy. I would definitely stay here agian. Location is convenient off Highway with plenty of places to eat. Only about 15 minutes to the beach and Casinos if that's what your there for. ;)

This motel was clean and well kept. The staff was specially helpful. We arrived late at night before having dinner. The woman at the desk made a good recommendation for somewhere to eat and gave us excellent directions for getting there. The breakfast staff was also very helpful and helped us have a pleasant breakfast. We remembered that we had stayed there before on a recent trip through the area. The only comment that I would give is that it is a little difficult to reach off the highway.

We went on a 2-week road trip to the Smokey Mountains and then came home via the Gulf Coast route. One of the nights we decided to stay in Biloxi and we researched the hotels near the casinos that were also in good parts of town and found this Best Western to be the best value. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. It was only about 7 or 8 minutes from the Palace Casino (non-smoking casino) and easy access to the freeway the next day when we hit the road.

We had 3 rooms and all 3 had a musty smell that was strong. Staff was nice and gave us room freshener to spray. It was older but they have tried to do touch ups and some updates. Overall pretty clean if you can over come smell. Not with the $ that we paid, but if you get it on a not so busy time for less, it is an ok motel for a night.

Very nice stay overall. Staff was very polite and accomadating. The walls were thin, noise level from the next room was bad. And the parking lot was too close to the windows so you heard car doors slamming and people talking loud. Rooms were clean and the linens were fresh.

Friendly and hard working staff especially Vib and Mr. San they have been so nice and kept things clean and orderly.. the breakfast in the morning is good and always stocked. They have been wonderful working with us while father has been in icu! High recommend this hotel.

We had such great time at the hotel it was beautifully clean the rooms were the best I've seen our room looked very updated and it was a great room very clean bathrooms. Our housekeeping maid Vib she was so nice we loved her hospitality. She would give us extra towels and other things if needed I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone even with kids. Traveled with group and experience worst hotel stay ever. Bedding and floor was wet, so it left a terrible odor in all the rooms we had. My toilet did not flush so my room had a mixture of terrible smells all together. Internet did not work at all. The price we paid for this hotel was no where near worth the value or service received. I stay in hotels very often and this was by far the worst.

The house keepers were wonderful especially Miss Vib. The front desk attendants were very kind. I was not too pleased about the manager or supervisor....whomever he was but didn't spoil our time there because we really didn't have to deal with him in person. He just never smiled or said anything. Would just pass us in the hall with a straight face but his employees are wonderful people.

I stayed here for a week in June visiting family and had a very enjoyable time. The staff was great and the breakfast was always good and plentiful. The bed was very comfortable and had a Jucuzzi in the room. It is just off I-10 and convenient to casinos and excellent eating places in Biloxi. They give government rates to retired employees. I was never bothered by other guests or traffic noise.

My wife and II are both retired and now we are taking the opportunity to trave around the country. We have become Best Western travelers based on the convenience, property condition, location and overall satisfaction with the staff and management of the Best Western properties we have stay at over the past year and a half. The BW staff at Cypresss Creek in Biloxi, MS. continue to meet the high standards we have come to expect when we stay at a Best Western property.

The overall stay was ok, however the bed sheets felt like they were damp. This is the third time we have stayed at this location and did not recall the rooms being as they were. However, I do like the location of the hotel and the staff is always great.

Rooms are great, they were very clean and spacious. We had a room with double beds and they were great. Sabrina Woods is very friendly and very knowledgable regarding the hotel and rewards program. This is definitely our hotel of choice.

We have stayed here several times and on the plus side, the hotel is only about a ten minute drive from the casinos and with easy access to I-10. Our room this time had a very small bathroom and was not as nice as previous stays, so all I can figure is we booked a different type of room last time, or the rooms on the 3rd floor are not as nice as floors 1-2. In any case, I would probably stay here again unless I had a comp room at one of the casinos. If you are picky about your bathroom, you might check with the front desk when booking your room to ensure you get a bigger one. The staff is friendly and the room itself was comfortable.

Having stayed at other BW's I expected this one to be on par. It wasn't. Strong odor in room. Asked to be moved. Odor still there. Not sure if this BW was around during Katrina, but it smells like Katrina aftermath.

Although I was in the Ocean Springs Miss. area for business, I was able to enjoy some of the tourist offerings as well. BW Cypress Creek was conveniently located and nice. The pool was great! Rooms clean, and staff was super!

Close to the Walter Anderson Museum! The staff was very nice, the breakfast was the best part. We were pretty much the only ones there due to it being mid week and after a holiday. Pool was good; they even offer pool towels although it seemed as if some people from the other hotel was using it too. They left when we came in. Room was musty smelling due to the ac. Many are that have the same design. I used air freshener. There was a tiny bit of mold starting to grow behind the door in the bathroom. Over all a good deal for the money. We only stayed one night. I wouldn't want to stay more than just a stop over with kids.

First problem was that I arrived for check in and the two ladies at the desk did not greet me due to the fact that they were having their own personal conversation. When the were finished talking that's when I was greeted me. (3min) later. After check in we parked in the back due to having a truck and tailor we were informed that there was a back door we could use. Upon trying to get in the back door neither one of the keys worked so I had to carry everything all the way around to the front entrance and then up to the 4 floor. Upon entering the room everything looked ok but it is very out dated and is in need of some major renovations. I tried to call down to the front desk to ask a question but the phone in my room didn't work as well as the alarm clock was broken too but the bed was the worst of all it was like they dropped a wreaking ball on it, it was the worst bed I have ever slept in. For this to be listed as a plus hotel is ridiculous. As an Assistant Manager for Best western I travel and stay at a lot of BW Hotels in this is by far the worst one I have ever stayed at. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they can properly train their staff and renovate the entire hotel to an up to day look and feel. All I need during any stay at any hotel is to be treated with respect and a clean and comfortable room. Unfortunately you will not get any of that at this location.

Conveniently located for us as we journeyed from Missouri to Florida. Right off of I-10, but only a few miles from the beaches, Air base and businesses in Biloxi. Spacious, clean rooms - well built so noise was not heard from outside our room. The staff is very nice and the breakfast one of the best we've had at a hotel. A great value and a great stay.

This was a very nice hotel , checkin was smooth, 1st room had wet carpet , was promptly moved to another room ,continental breakfast was good offering waffles, bacon, sausage, and numerous other items, kids Loved the pool it was very clean , the exercise room was small but it was nice and had updated equipment to use, there was a Dennys down the street if u want a late night snack. Staff was friendly and accomdating to guest

My experience at this hotel was flawless. The room was very clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Scott who made my check in and check out experience very smooth. I'm looking forward to staying here again when I am in the area for business or pleasure.

Friendly employees but the room smelled a little. Would stay there again. The Continental breakfast was good. The pool was a plus along with the fitness center. The location is close to all of the major ways in the area and all of the attractions are just a short drive away.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel again April 22nd-April 24th..We actually stayed in the same room from last year. Same friendly staff, clean room and hot breakfast...Reasonable price! We love this hotel.

Nice, Clean and mostly importantly quiet. Very nice room. Breakfast dining area with almost enough room for everyone. Conveinant to restaurants and Interstate. Fast Check-in and Check-out. Will stay again.

The pictures on the Internet are fabulous, when arriving it's like this can't be......they only had 1 jacuzzi room....very outdated, it had an odor....had to spray the room with deodorizer. .....only 1 set of towels, it was two of us....had to ask for more....this suppose to be a "Plus" hotel...upon checking in was barely greeted....I expressed my dissatisfaction with a guy I assumed was management he just shrugged his shoulders no apology......will never stay there again.....

My husband and I needed to get away for the weekend to rest and reconnect! This was a wonderful stay. Although on our last night the person next to us was smoking (in a non-smoking hotel.....not their fault). The stay was quiet and relaxing. It is a small but quaint hotel out of the hustle and bustle of things. Breakfast was good. Facility was clean, but could use some attention to detail, but overall...I would stay there again!

BW Cypress Creek had everything we wanted except the pool was not open in February. The weather was perfect so a heated pool would have been great. The room was spacious, and the bed comfortable. They even allowed an early checkin. The room had a fridge and microwave. The wifi was good in the evening but spotty in the morning. The guest laundry was only one washer and one dryer so we had to wait. It was a quiet and easily accessible location but a bit of a drive if you're looking to spend time in Biloxi. We thought the breakfast was great and would definitely stay again.

The room was large and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast had a very good selection of hot and cold foods. Easy to access from the interstate. Wifi worked very well. Would definitely stay here again.

I have always felt the people who work in a make or break the experience and I really appreciate when staff members go out of their way to make me feel warm and welcome. I think Lisa Owen is absolutely one of those great staff members. She was very kind and sincere and made me feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel for the service! Thank you

I stayed here for one night, since I was visiting my son at AFB and it was near base. The hotel was clean nothing fancy. The area where the hotel wasnt the nicest area, there was a waffle house next to it.

Away from the beaches and casinos, but affordable. Staff was very helpful. It's right off the interstate and fairly close to the beaches. We also ended up with half a gift card for $25 (current promotion.)

On the coast for a conference and chose this motel because several yrs ago had stayed here when I brought my son to a golf tournament and had good memory of other stay. I was not disappointed. The room was clean, smelled fresh, and the a/c ran w/o excessive noise. Minor question why writing table and chairs crammed up against outside wall when they could have been usefully against wall with TV but then I did not need the table. TV could only be watched from bed but then I was not there to watch TV. The approach from hwy a little awkward but not a serious problem. The breakfast was nothing to brag about but was good and met my needs. End: very satisfying stay, would stay here again, and appreciate having a nice place to stay at a reasonable rate.

The property was clean but the decor was a little outdated. I thought the bed was fine but the comforter was scratchy. There were no kleenex in the room but when I contacted the front desk they were very helpful.

I purposlely stay at this hotel when I am in the Ocean Springs/ Biloxi area. The hotel staff is very friendly. They are readily availble to serve. The hotel is clean throughout. The breakfast area is clean, the cook is friendly, and the breakfast is delicious.

Our room and bed were very comfortable - but that was it. This hotel is older, and needs updated. The internet did not work most of the week (only on our first and last day) but it did get fixed. The hot breakfast is poor; coffee is awful. We chose this property from prior reviews - but this does not equate to a Plus property. The staff did what they could. Free USA Today is provided.

Have stayed at several Best Western Plus Hotels, but this one was by far well below that standard. It starts with a poor location. Upon check in they did not our room requested. The breakfast was awful, the coffee was even bad. The internet did not work most of the week. The room service did not provide clean cups/glasses four days in a row. Lastly, they tried to charge me a different rate for room for Friday and Saturday (which was not what our reservation agreement had). The only thing nice was a comfortable bed, but we will never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is not on the beach so it is affordable but its less than a 10 minute drive to get there. The have a nice café type area where a free hot breakfast is served. The staff is very friendly and professional and the room is nice and comfortable. Doesn't have a view but it is a very nice place to stay

This hotel gets the job done. Clean and comfortable as one would expect. Would stay here again. Breakfast was okay, but was wanting to go to a restaurant after the third day of it. (2 nights here, a 3rd night at another BW).

good clean motel close to casinos right off the road beds were almost like new.i will stay here again the next time. i slept to late for breakfast .butt the coffee was great. the staff were great. they took care of everything from check in to check out. my wife loved the place.she said the room was clean jest like she like to be.when we got back from the casino at 2 am there was a parking place waiting for me.

This Best Western offers great accommodations for a long stay or for a simple overnight stay. It has everything a person or a family would need to make their trip enjoyable. We found this Best Western easily by exiting off the freeway. There are numerous restaurants in the local area from fast food to sit down dinner types. I would recommend this hotel, we enjoyed or overnight stay.

Except for the musty smell in the room it is a great room. Best free breakfast ever and friendly staff. The appearance of the hotel inside and out was excellent. Sadly I don't have a reason to go to Biloxi again. If I did I would not stay at any other hotel.

I stay at this hotel 2-3 x a year, the front desk staff is friendly and Vib in housekeeping is great. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Convenient location can get to anywhere from here in no time.

Due to soggy all the time and non-working wi-fi, I won't stay this hotel again. Pillows were uncomfortable. This Best Western is the worst Best Western despite the kindness of staffs. Breakfast was well served.

Whenever staying at a Best Western, we prefer Best Western "Plus" hotels. Prior to our stay at this hotel, we have never been disappointed by a Best Western "Plus". We are not sure how this particular hotel was classified as a "Plus" hotel. This hotel is an older hotel with a musty smell. The lobby had a very low ceiling. Although our room was clean, the fridge had a lot of ice build up and needed to be defrosted, there was a hole in my wash cloth, and the Kleenex box was empty. At breakfast, the dry cereals are stored in large dispensers where you turn the knob to dispense the cereal. The Raisin Bran was stale.

Clara at the front desk was awesome providing great customer service. She was very pleasant and helpful during my stay there. Vib from housekeeping was great as well. Everytime she saw me she would ask if there was anything I needed. She was very kind. Best Western Cypress Creek has an awesome staff and if I were to come back to Biloxi I definitely would stay there again. The only thing the hotel needs to work on is better Wi-Fi reception. Internet connection was slow at times but other than that it was a great experience and I liked how the place was clean and quiet.

We arrived a day early and the were able to accommodate us with our room. We found the hotel to be clean and the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We stayed 8 days at this hotel during the Cruising the Coast car show. Its location made it easy to get to all of the events but not be in the middle of the crowds and traffic. Its near the interstate but we never heard any traffic noise either. Not a far drive to good places to eat and shopping. I will say towards the last few days I know the maids were very busy and they had a problem with a dryer going down. We lacked for bath towels or some bathroom items but as soon as we asked they brought us anything we were missing. Maids need some training to clean a little better too. They did not pay attention to detail beyond making the bed and wiping the sink. Beds were medium comfort, not old and lumpy like some BW hotels however I like a softer mattress. We slept pretty good but as days were long we were pretty tired! (I just wish other guests did not let their doors slam early in the AM! -not the hotels fault) Wifi does have its spotty moments as others have stated but worked fairly decent. I think the problem was when everyone was trying to access it at the same time. Sabrina at the front desk was super helpful with local information and recommendations on places to eat, directions, etc. The parking lot was full but they made sure everyone could park including car trailers. The breakfast was typical hotel fare with waffles, eggs, cereal, etc. The sausage, biscuits and gravy were pretty good but the eggs, not so great and the orange juice was on the watery side some days. I wish they would add fresh bananas to the fruit selection and do better on the OJ. There is a Waffle House right across the street and other restaurants about 10 minutes drive. We plan to stay at this hotel again next year. Looking forward to returning for the next car show.

The location of this hotel is very convenient being right off of the interstate. It is a very short drive to the shops in Ocean Springs and to the beach. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is decent. There are several places to eat very close to the hotel. The only down sides were 1) some odor in the room 2) The Jacuzzi's jets were not very powerful and there was a soap scum ring as if it weren't clean. Otherwise, I would recommend it for price and location.

Had a great time here. We came down for the Car Cruise, thought we got pushed way out in the boonies, but it is close and convenient. Ocean Springs is just a couple of miles south, and Biloxi is right across the bay. We had the best time, and everyone was SO friendly and helpful. They had extra towels and bedding when we needed, and the directions and suggestions on restaurants was spot on! We WILL be back!

great location from the coast , good prices and excellent prices , very friendly people--4 floors but great for us elderly --it has an elevator . close to fuel and restaurants very close to I-10 easy exit at exit 50

We have stayed at this Best Westen for last several years during Cruisin the Coast. Great hotel and great staff. We like the location. Easy to get to casinos and can jump on internet with ease. Will probably stay here again next year for Cruisin the Coast.

Easy access from the interstate, very nice staff, clean rooms, Have stayed here before and will stay here agoin in the future if the need arises. Need to travel a bit for a placce to eat.Why do we need to write 200 charatcters to say something about anyplace we stay LOL

First impressions - Could smell musty smell in room. Good hot water. Poorly patched walls in bathroom. Good breakfast. Love the clean TV remote! Nice big TV. Easy on off from the interstate. Friendly and helpful staff.

don't stay here, while the front desk was willing to relocate us to another room, the first rooms just was not clean, hairs in tub and waterstains on counter indicating it had not been cleaned, they relocated us to a second room that had mold growing on ceiling and walls, smelled musky, water leak behind toilet and mold on bathroom walls - just a very horrible stay at this hotel this time - have stayed here before and had no complaints - used reward points for this night and regret that I wasted them at this location

Check in took a little while as there was only one clerk on duty. One woman was at the counter due to a reservation issue, people were in the lobby waiting on the air conditioning in their room to be fixed, a gentleman came up with card keys that would not open his room door and the only elevator was out of service. After I got to the desk check-in was quick. I had noticed on another review that someone said the hallways and room smelled like Febreeze. I also found this to be the case, it was a bit overwhelming. The room itself was nice. Clean, air worked well, curtains blocked out the light from outside great. I actually had one of the best night's sleep I've ever had in a hotel. I was on a weekend trip, stopping in Mobile and then staying here so I could visit the casinos in Biloxi. The casinos are about a 10 minute car ride away. I left very early in the morning so did not try the free breakfast. Overall a good experience and would try this hotel again when staying in the area.

I do not understand how this hotel has anything remotely close to 4 stars. We arrived 3 minutes before check in and our room was not ready for almost another hour. The lobby was packed with other guests waiting on rooms. When I commented that I had never had to wait on a room before when I had a reservation she told me I was very lucky then. She went on to explain they only had one maid, and trust me it shows. The room was the biggest and could have been the nicest of our entire trip but this hotel falls short on everything that was in their control. The breakfast was slightly above what I would consider slop and the serving area was a unorganized mess. The hotel staff was rude and condescending. The hallways and stairs were a mess. A car was parked under the entrance our entire visit and the parking lot was by no means full. Our bathtub/shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Overall I'm discusted, certainly not worth the money or the four stars.
