    « Not to revisit »

We normally book travel independently but die to short notice, we booked a package for this trip to Milan. Mistake. The hotel was miles out of the city - at the far end of the metro (additional payment needed) then a taxi ride to the hotel in the middle of an industrial estate - not a weekend break place - an hours trip into the city. We were told that for a payment that we could get collected but when we phoned from the station, we were told we needed to phone a taxi and given a number. We have limited Italian and in the end a kind bus driver phoned 6 companies before we got a taxi. It cost almost 20 euros. Shuttle runs from hotel at 9 each morning if there is an event at the conference centre nearby. Had really grim meal in the restaurant but breakfast was fine.

« Great staff, lovely hotel, super restaurant on the 8th floor »

This hotel is located is very pleasant. The staff were super friendly & had excellent English. Dinner was delicious with a very nice glass of Prosecco to welcome us, with an odd cream cheese dip with no particular flavour. Dinner was delicious, tagliatelle ragú a must try. The salad was good, although my friends sword fish looked a little sad, she said it was good. Overall, not a bad place close to a big Decathlon & super market so I stocked up on clothes & Italian edible delights.

    « Very good »

Very nice new modern hotel. It is advertised as 4 star but it's not on the upper side where rooms are concerned. Rooms are not vary spacious but functional with excellent bathroom. Bottle of water is not provided. The hotel is clean and great for attending the nearby fair. A bit away from Milan center. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Can recommend for sure!

« Nice but a bit out the way »

The hotel was really nice, rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of food. The only downfall for this hotel was that it is a little out of the way if you're wanting to visit Milan. My boyfriend and I had a little bit of a nightmare trying to find the hotel using public transport when we first arrived. To get to and from Milan you need to you either need a taxi or public transport by bus and then metro. The hotel did say they had a shuttle to a metro station to cut out the bus part however we didn't use it as we were told we had to wait a hour for the driver to get there. All in all the hotel itself if fine, only downfall was the location but if you're driving or can afford the taxis then by all means stay there.

« Pathetic is not the word »

We checked in to this hotel on 28th May 2016.We were 2 couples,so had taken two rooms. This hotel is very far from central milan and is at an industrial or i would say highway.Forget getting a taxi, you should be happy if u can find a bus.The entire hotel had one staff, who was at the reception and was also doing the room service. The rooms very too dingy and you will get a feel of a horror Hollywood movie once you come out of the lift to enter your room.Just outside the hotel is the prostitution den, where u can see gurls standing in weird clothes and can make a man feel scared. Both the rooms AC was both functioning, their were insects in the bed.I wish they had the option of not giving any stars to this hotel.I WARN YOU,DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BOOKING THIS HOTEL,EVEN IF YOU GET IT FOR FREE.

« Nice hotel but far from the city center »

It's a good hotel. Has many amenities including a gym and free parking. If you don't have a car it will be tricky because it's far from the city center. Breakfast and dinner is served but not lunch. Kinda strange.

    « Good hotel »

Great breakfast with quality products. Good service shuttle for the Expo. Clean rooms. Friendly personal but not very well trained (with useful information for the tourists). To to adjust the temperature of air conditioner in the room you need to call the reception, every time.

« Parody for the breakfest »

Small and not clean bathroom, wifi doesnt work. The biggest tragedy is the breakfast. This is not 4star hotel. It looks like in small family pension. No vegetable at all. The scrambled eggs from powder. Dirty tables, missing glasses etc. Not funny. Only possitive things is the shuttle buss to Expo. Never again for this price. Never again for

    « EXPO area hotel »

This is a good hotel to explore the EXPO Milan area. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was of average selection and quality. Wifi was working well and they have an effective, free shuttle service to/from EXPO gate.

    « Lovely Rooms »

When we arrived my family and I were a bit doubtful of the location, as it wasn't as pretty as the surrounding areas. However, our hotel room was excellent! It had a spacious bathroom with everything included. The bedroom area was large enough for a family of 4, they even created an extra bed so the kids wouldn't have to share. The TV was good, although it only had Italian channels.

    « Pretty Bad »

The only reason I am giving this hotel 2 stars is because the room was immaculate. Other than that, it's really the pits. First of all it is advertised as being much more centrally located than it is. It is behind a gas station on a highway at least 20 minutes outside of Milan. The welcome when we arrived was lukewarm from the young girl behind the desk. We were hungry and were told the restaurant did not open until 7:30 pm. The literature in the room said that there were food vending machines in the lobby area. We did not find them and asked, and were told there are none and we could go to the gas station for something to eat. Nice. Gas station had potato chips or candy. Ugh. Waited for restaurant to open and it was abominable..., really terrible: rigatoni with meat sauce was decent but it was served with pieces of deep fried hamburger on top.... Bizarre. A mixed salad was inedible, lettuces wilted and browning. Tiny menu. Depressing. The Internet did not work. We could only surf web - none of our apps worked. The Internet on the Italian trains worked perfectly, why not here? Air conditioning works, but you have to call the front desk to have them make adjustments like, on and off. Sigh. Pretty much one of the worst hotels I've ever been in.

« Could of been better »

First of all hotel made out it was closer to the city which it was not roughly 30 to 40 mins away ,breakfast was just terrible said on website was fresh which it was not . Same menu every night for restaurant what only had a few things not a lot of options .good thing would be room was spot less ,restaurant staff were good ,reception could be improved .last thing would be when I made this booking did not say anything about city tax per night and the fact we weren't even in the city so why did we get city taxed defo not a 4 star hotel as funnily enough I actually work in a 4 star hotel . Will not be going back .
