Best Western Airport Motel and Convention Centre

The airport pick up both ways was speedy and efficient. Staff were curteous and lovely. The room was sparkling clean, spacious enough for 4 x suitcases and the beds were super comfy. This is a better choice than the Park Royal at the airport in my opinion. The rooms were much nicer. We only stayed overnight but the pool and amenities looked good enough for a longer stay too. Much appreciated after a long overseas flight!

We were made to feel like family and the staff went over and beyond for us in a very stresfull situation. The staff made us feel like family the food was well priced the breakfast was yummy and the cheapest in Melbourne!!

I am a solo female of 59 and had a 6:30 am flight out of Melbourne Airport. This best Western had the best price with a free shuttle so I selected it and very glad that I did. It was clean, quiet, the staff very courteous and helpful and walking distance to a great little shopping centre where I grabbed some lovely Thai food from another friendly mob at Tiki Thai. I will definitely stay here again if the situation arises. Highly recommended!

Great facilities. Very spacious, comfortable rooms that are clean and well appointed. Great staff giving great service. Close to the airport and the food in the restaurant was surprisingly good! All in all, great value for money.

Look it is handy to airport and like being able to drop off and leave my car their. But they can improve the breakfast menu and the pillows were average. I booked direct and it wasn't any cheaper though.

We stayed one night at The Best Western. The airport shuttle service was excellent. The room was very clean with very comfortable beds. We also had the buffet breakfast which was simple but good value. The staff were extremely friendly, making it a great stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay the night before flying out, we had a 2BR interconnecting apartment, very clean and modern. Easy to get to and heaps of parking avail, long stay parking as well. Staff very friendly! Loved the complimentary shuttle bus to the airport!

Fantastic, clean, friendly helpful staff, this is our 8th stay, and have never had a bad thing to say about the motel- will be back next week for another 3 day stay. The motel is located close to the airport, and runs a courtesy bus to the airport for your convenience

Beautiful modern ensuite.plenty of room in vanity to unpack for my 3 day stay. Spacious room, very comfortable bed. Included breakfast high quality, yugurt particular tasty. Cooked my 3 poached eggs just as I liked then. Evening meals excellent- great choice in menu. Really enjoyed my 3 day stay, definitely will stay again , especially as so close and convenient to Airport. Staff very helpful , and helped carry my luggage to my room after I arrived

This is the 7th time we have stayed here and from the first time everything about this Best Western has been great. Will be staying again and would recommend to anyone who is looking for quality clean rooms great food and wonderful staff.

Variety of menu from the restaurant is versatile and sooooo delicious, you can't help but want to eat there every single day. The service and amenities are exceptional and magnificent. Hands down the best accommodation in the state and we will only ever stay at Best Western a TULLAMARINE on every visit back to Melbourne. Can't convey enough gratitude to the staff for all that they did for us for what was a very difficult and sad trip. We attended for a horrific funeral of a close friend of ours who was buried 2 months after he passed away. Staying at this accommodation really helped us because everybody was sooooo very good to us.

I booked this hotel for my parents as it was close to the airport and had the courtesy pick up/drop off bus. They enjoyed their stay so much we also stayed there. They have since stayed there again. My adult daughter stayed in our room and felt comfortable. She loved the swimming pool

From the moment I walked into reception I was greeted with a beautiful smile, the young lady answered all my questions and within 5 minutes I was in my room ,, really liked my room very clean tidy everything easy to find all amenities worked and were easy to use

This is the 4th time at this hotel. Very convenient to Tullamarine with a modest charge to park one's car for 5 days. The queen rooms are very good and modern. The check in is excellent with a pleasant but professional staff ready to assist. The bed was quite good and we had a good sleep. Back for sure.

Had a late night arrival and no hotels at the airport could take our booking. Found this place and so happy that we did. Great value for money, fast and efficient transfer from airport to motel on their free courtesy bus. Would stay again, no problem .

I have just stayed at Best Western for 7 nights due to covid restrictions interupting my travel plans. My room was cosy and had everything a guest requires to enjoy their stay. My room over looked the pool area which was nice. Lovely fluffy towels which is a must! Firstly I have to mention the staff that I had interaction with. Aaron great guy and very helpful as was Yang, helped me navigate the tv and safe lol. And Bek, what a well oiled machine that girl is. Always onto everything with a smile and up for a chat which was nice. All 3 are an assest to Best Western as were all the staff, but unable to mention them all. Secondly the Food. First class taste, portions and presentation! I enjoyed every bite. Alas was only room service due to restrictions but was always hot and prompt delivery. Thankyou all. Regards Lorraine

We stayed at the Best Western Airport Motel & Convention Centre for 1 night as our usual hotel in Tullamarine is not open for normal guests. I have mixed feeling about this review as there were good aspects and not so good aspects during our stay. Airport pickup and drop off was excellent especially very early morning drop off. Checkin was very good. We booked an executive room which was a fair distance from reception but no big deal. The room was ok but what let it down was the vinyl on the bedhead was cracked on both top ends and peeling off which was not what I would class as an executive room. Bed and bathroom fine. Woken around 1230am with people talking loudly near our room for about and hour which was very frustrating, I'm a light sleeper and it look some time to get back to sleep. Happy hour very good. Food in the restaurant was great however on the expensive side. We thought we paid our food and drink bill when we left, the driver the next morning asked did we pay our bill and I showed him the paid bill but I didn't check it as I thought we had paid it all. We found a few days later on our credit card statement another charge for drinks which the lady in the restaurant said everything we had was on the bill we paid that evening. This was fine but it should have been all totalled when we payed our bill the first time. I'm still not sure would I stay here again given our 1st experience staying here.

Location was very convenient to the airport. Handy having the shuttle bus service. The drivers were very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant. The service was very good. Would consider staying there again if we needed an overnight stay before our flight.

After a two-hour freeway hold-up yesterday I missed my flight by a few minutes. Rather than drive back to Gippsland I quickly booked a hotel near the airport. What a surprise this hotel is; from the friendly staff, to the clean and modernised room and quality breakfast. I highly recommend.

Reception: Pleasant staff Room / facilities: Room number 27 is on the ground floor and is clean, with a queen bed. Approx 18 m2, unlike sizing on a yellow logo 3rd party web site. The room appears to be recently renovated and has a split system self control air conditioner with a window that opens 3cm, flat screen TV, kettle, safe for valuables, bar fridge, iron and iron board, free wifi, single arm chair, bench, 100% blockout curtains along with sheer curtains, free parking, pool area. The room does a lack a luggage rack, and luggage needs placing on the floor. Wifi: Password provided at checkin, but was not utilised. Breakfast: Available for a cost but was not utilised Conclusion: Comfortable overnighter for one or two persons. Letdowns: Minor noise from guests early in the morning, no luggage rack. Location / Nearby: - Melbourne Tullamarine Airport is a 10 minute drive - Pub 5 min walk - Small shop area 6 min walk, includes petrol station and IGA supermarket - Fast foods, restaurants and major shopping center 5 min drive

We were flying out early next morning so stayed here & was very satisfied with our stay! From the checking in to our meal at the restaurant, our room, transfers to Airport & pick up on return everyone & everything were delightful! For the excellent standard of everything it was very reasonably priced & will definitely be using this motel again! The meal was delicious & the only suggestion I would have is to make the lounge area a bit more inviting but really only minor.

Stayed here twice. Once with 4 of us and then 3. Got the same room. The staff were friendly. Rooms are modern, neat, tidy and clean. Beds were a little on the hard side and the pillows were a bit lumpy. The bathroom is tiny but nice and modern. The shower pressure is terrible. You can't wash out shampoo it's that's light. The restaurant on site is a great option. The food was lovely.

The bus pick up from airport was seamless and made this an ideal hotel for flight stop over. The late check out with no cost was also a winner, instead of having to sit at the airport. Staff very friendly and flexible. Room good size

Having now stayed (9 nights on 4 different visits) during Feb and March, I have always been meet with a friendly smile and great helpful service on check in, This has only been followed by great food, room service, and Breakfast staff, and the detail to cleaning by the cleaning staff.. Would recommend to anyone wishing to stay just out of the center of Melbourne..

I had to book accommodation on short notice due to a flight cancelation. I searched and found Best Western Airport, I saw great reviews so booked. I would have to say the staff were all amazing and accommodation was excellent value for money. Offering a free shuttle service and a great room service menu. We had a really nice stayed at the hotel. We received excellent service from the staff. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. Breakfast could be better, but it was ok. Our room was spotless

Convenient location for overnight stay prior to flying out. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Rooms serviceable and has everything we needed. The car park deal was great. Would definitely stay here overnight again. Restaurant/bar no atmosphere. Basic. We had booked a table but didn't stay for dinner. There's a pub on the corner and numerous eateries within a 5 minute walk (we had a lovely Thai meal).

the price was definitely worth the accomodation, very quiet place with lovely staff and sweet cleaning ladies. the pool was heated so its not as cold and is okay to swim in. they're are no room kitchen wear to use (microwave, sink) but you can go to the lobby as its open 24/7 and use it there. beautiful area and close to the airport and there's bus stop right outside of the reception

Chosen initially for the complimentary shuttle to the airport, which was very prompt. The rooms are all being updated to a high standard and modern look. While the exterior of the units might look like a retirement village, the beautiful gardens, lawn areas and picnic tables really lift the spirits. There is a flat screen smart TV, so I could catch up on missed episodes of programs. Very friendly and helpful staff. I felt they genuinely did care that I had everything I wanted. New bed and pillows very comfortable, and good quality bed linen. I've tried elsewhere, but this is by far the best accommodation for overnight stays between flights.

A motel and convention center 5 to 10 mins away from airport by car. They provide shuttle bus services to and from the airport free of charge on request. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. You can also purchase breakfast and dinner from them. The place is about 1 hour from Melbourne city central by public transport, but then again this place is supposed to be an accomodation place near the airport and the airport is quite a distance away from melbourne town. The rooms are kept clean with daily room servicing. Fresh towels are replaced on a daily basis and simple self care items like shampoo and soap are provided. There is also fairly good Wifi service that comes with the room. For an airport accomodation service, the Best Western does its job very well!

I live in regional Victoria and have used this hotel to give my family a night's break after a long flight from India. The hotel is budget friendly with a choice of rooms and amenities. Although it says its an airport motel, please note that it is approximately 15 mins away from the airport.

I needed a room before my early flight out of Melbourne. This was perfect. Small enough for 1 person. Beautiful clean room. Highly recommend. Good price. Shuttle picked me up at Airport and back at 4am to Airport. A restaurant and snack room service.

Stayed here for a night between flights. The shuttle service was very prompt and check in went very smoothly. I was extremely impressed with the room. Everything was very clean and all of the little things were there (shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc).

I have stayed at this Best Western for many years, i come down from Queensland every year for the APG sales and always enjoy catching up with the staff every year. The staff have always gone out of their way to be of assistance .

My parents stayed here prior to catching a flight home. The location was great with free airport shuttle 24/7. The rooms are clean with standard bathroom, flat screen tv etc... What impressed our family the most was the service provided. As my dads old and has had trouble with one of his legs we asked to change rooms to avoid stairs, this was done instantly without any problems. We then had a problem with the door not locking and they changed the room for us again instantly. My sister asked if she could stay in the room until her flight which left at 6am which meant she had to be at the airport at 3am. No problems for a small fee which also included a free airport shuttle. Then when the family got stuck at the train station due to a train strike they pick them up free of charge. These people know how to look after their customers. They were so good to my family I felt it important to review them as it's not often you get this type of service. Thank you so much for looking after my family.

All the staff at the hotel are friendly and welcoming. The hotel is not brand new, but is undergoing some renovations and upgrades to the rooms and confrence facilities. The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities close by. The hotel is easy to get to because of the free shuttle service provided, all it takes is a phone call on arrival and a chat with guest services on departure.

Service is so good, they are all so friendly and welcoming. Rooms as very tidy. Have only had a good experience here. Only here as we have an early flight, but we are definitely not disappointed at all! Free shuttle to and from the airport as well! Can't fault them

Being a regular at the hotel I am recognised by the staff and get great service from the front desk to the restaurant staff. Upgraded rooms are comfortable and functional. The free bus from the airport makes reaching the venue so easy.

I've stayed here a couple of times now. Meals in the restaurant are fantastic and good value. Great place to stay if you need access to Tullamarine Airport. Shuttle bus service and long term parkng a bonus. Short walk to one of the best pizzas ever. (Paladino's) Staff have always been friendly and efficient. I'll be back!

Stayed overnight in superior twin after late arrival from overseas. The motel is basic but beds were comfortable and bathroom above average. The free shuttle is a huge plus and worked beautifully on call-up. There are some eating places/bars about a 5-10 min walk away but we opted for the in-house restaurant and were very pleasantly surprised by an eclectic menu, good food and some good prosecco. Sadly, the restaurant overlooks the internal parking lot, - but you can't have everything! We weren't bothered by road noise or noise from other guests, staying in the middle of the annexe that overlooks a nearby playground. Great value for money.

I'll start with the good about this property: free airport shuttle (though I had to wait about 40 minutes for pickup), clean/functional room, nice shower. As for the rest... I think your stay will depend largely on the location of your room. They gave me what I think has to be the noisiest location available -- at the very end of the hall, nearest Ardlie Street. As motorists pass the hotel, they're either going uphill or downhill. Which means they're accelerating and/or changing gears. It's a busy street, and there is still plenty of traffic in the middle of the night. So if you're in the room where they put me, you're going to hear vehicles rumbling by all night long. I've stayed in roadside motels across the world, and none of those experiences was a loud as this one. I would suggest asking for a quiet room -- but that's what I did, and I still got this room. So I would instead suggest specifically asking for something as far away as possible from Ardlie Street. You'll be much happier (and rested) for it. It was also a bit frustrating to wait ~15 minutes to check-in, after a long day of travel. But that would've been easily forgotten if I had gotten a decent night of sleep.

This was a basic motel good for an overnight before our flight home. We had a wheelchair accessible room but noticed the entrance ramp was not well positioned to reach the landing in front of the room. The motel has a restaurant and there is also a pub down the street. Fine to stay for one night for airport travel.

There is parking on the premises that makes dropping someone off the airport really convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant had good food and the staff was extremely friendly. The service towards and from the is great.

This is one great place to stay overnight for a fEarly flight out back to USA.... great service, great restaurant, great rooms and shuttle to the airport...Or we flew to queenstown and Auckland from Melbourne and they stored our extra luggage for a week .. when we came back they pick us up, we stayed overnight and they took us to the airport the next day flying home..

I recently stayed at the BW Airport Motel and Convention Centre and attended a conference there. It is close to the airport but without the noise - my room looked over a garden. There are shops, an IGA and a pub within walking distance. They offer a free transfer for the airport which was very efficient.

This Motel is our favourite when we need to stay overnight prior to flying out early from Melbourne Airport. This is a very friendly place and the accommodation and facilities are first class. The ability to keep your car there , for very good rates, whilst travelling or holidaying is a real bonus. Plus the free service to and from the airport.

I booked through Bookings and got an upgrade to a Queen executive room. By NO means was this a renovated room. Bathroom cupboards falling off, bathroom floor could have done with a good clean and balcony area no seating and needed a good water blasting to get rid of all the dirt on it. Not the cleanest place I have stayed at. Only consolation was a quick walk down to the pub for dinner and not to far from airport parking

Very handy to airport and excellent steaks in the restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful. You can get picked up and dropped off at the airport for free. Conference facilities very good and all in a quiet location.

I was surprised at how far this "airport hotel" is from the airport, but in reality the distance didn't take long to cover and the property has 24 hour shuttle service. The room is basic but acceptable. The restaurant is a nice touch though the breakfast was just okay. I think choosing this place, particularly as an airport property, is all about price. For a competitive price this is a good airport choice.

We landed at 23:30. The shuttle bus arrived in approximately 10 minutes after we called for pick up. Easy to find the pick up point (in T3). The room was clean. Hot showers with great amount of water. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We stayed at the Motel for a church conference in September, weather was very cold but we did not feel it because the rooms were warm, clean, comfortable and heating system working good. Staff excellent!

Although the outside of this motel isn't flash, our room was well-equipped and spacious and had a great bathroom. My husband ordered Singapore noodles with room-service which he said was the best he's ever had and that's a statement. The restaurant looked worth visiting, the location was convenient to the airport and the 24-hour shuttle an added bonus for our future travels. This motel is reasonably priced and we would definitely recommend and stay here next time we're in Melbourne. Thank you.

Basic but comfortable rooms, close from Airport without being in the airport area. The price was correct for a night stay and the free shuttle to airport is definitely a plus. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms look a bit dated and gloomy at night, but for a short night before flight it was perfect.

An excellent venue for a conference in all aspects of conference requirements. Rooms close to conference venuewith no external noise or interruptions. Excellet walking trails were nearby for before and after daily commitments.

The Best Western Airport Motel was not only convenient when catching an early flight the next morning but was comfortable, well appointed and with a good lounge, bar and restauranrt. The courtesy bus also helped if clents had no car.

Arrived on a late flight and needed somewhere close to airport before continuing our travels the next day. Caught the motel courtesy bus, was actually waiting at airport. Short drive to motel, quick check in. Room spacious and comfortable. Large bathroom and spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. I arrived in Melbourne from New Zealand late in the evening. I had to catch an early morning flight to the US the next day so I decided to stay at this motel. The motel is old. The heat takes a long time to work, and catching the shuttle bus from the airport is cumbersome. The one thing I liked about the motel was the breakfast: it was really good. Overall, I think that there has to be better, newer, cleaner hotel options out there so I won't stay at this hotel again.

I have stayed here a few times now as it's so convenient to the airport especially if I have an early flight. I leave my car here while I'm away and have found this to be a good and economical alternative to the airport parking options. All aspects of the motel are very pleasing. Size, layout, cleanliness and comfort of the room, staff are courteous and helpful, courier to and from the airport is reliable. I would recommend this motel.

I have booked this motel many times over the years as the base. The shuttle bus service is very good and parking the car whilst we are away is what we like. All the staff are always excellent and courteous including the shuttle bus drivers. The room was good, bed okay I prefer mine not as firm, yet my husband liked it.

My partner and I stayed in one of the entry level rooms for one night in August 2019. The motel is close to the airport (15 mins approx) and there is a shuttle service available, although we Uber'd to the motel from the airport, and utilised the shuttle bus to get back. On arrival, the staff are very friendly and efficient. The room was reasonably modern, clean and well presented. The bed was comfortable, with ample pillows. There were extra blankets too which were needed amid the very low overnight temperatures. There is a restaurant attached which is licensed. We found the food to be excellent with a good selection and about mid range in price. This is handy as there isn't much to choose from nearby unless you like pub food or pizza. There is also a lounge area with a large screen TV. We had a problem with our door card, which was rectified quickly and with a minimum of fuss by the very friendly manager. The only bum note were the food trays left outside of a couple of rooms for collection by the cleaning staff. The trays sat there all night, and proved to be a food bonanza for the local cats dining out on the leftovers. Not a good look. Check out was a breeze. The staff really make an effort to be helpful. In conclusion, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay at the Best Western Airport Motel again. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for one night at start of trip and one night at end of trip. The first night at the start was very average - we arrived in evening and room was extremely cold. Quite a small room and seemed dated. All through the night it was noisy, people coming and going and doors slamming. Could hear the couple next door most of the night, talking and tv blaring. I understand it's an airport hotel so people will be coming and going at all hours but if you are a light sleeper like me you might struggle to sleep too. Our second night at the end was slightly better. Our room was in a different location and seemed slightly larger in size. Still very cold on arrival. Noise was slightly better on this occasion but still heard some people coming and going in the early hours. The free airport shuttle is great. You just need to ring hotel once you have picked up your baggage, they will also drop you back to the airport. Wifi was terrible - did not work for me. Would be lovely if someone turned the heat pump on prior to guests arriving as the room was so cold and/or electric blanket would be an added bonus. Ok for one night and we got a cheap rate but next time we might consider somewhere else.

Loved - 1. The convenient complementary pick-up from the airport. Driver (Yang) was very friendly and efficient. 2. Check-in staff were also very friendly and efficient. 3. Had a late night supper at Reflection Restaurant just after arrival. Loved the linguine marinara, vegetarian risotto, and warm chicken salad. 4. Full buffet breakfast of AUD17 per adult (when purchased a night earlier) was more than sufficient. Also, the staff were very friendly at the restaurant. 5. Our family room was actually 2 connecting rooms. Each room had a queen bed and a single bed. Comfortable and clean.

The service and facilities were exactly what we wanted, including free shuttle to the airport at 6am. We arrived early and were given a room ahead of time. The room was perfect for our needs and we were able to enjoy a walk to the nearby shopping centre.

Stayed here overnight between flights, not a long wait for the shuttle & app 15min drive. The staff were very friendly & room clean & warm for a winter Melbourne night. Meals at the Restaurant were sensational & the Chef Ashley & girls provides top friendly service. Highly recommend.

Efficient transfer to/from the airport. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, big, basic room. Not a place to get excited about but if you want a place to crash after flying across the world or before jetting off early from Tullamarine you could do worse than this. A fair price too.

My family and I stayed here last night due to having early flight to Queensland in morning. Immaculate room and great service. Can't recommend this place enough. They also offer a shuttle to airport 15 mins away.

Stayed here as a last minute booking made by Qantas because of a cancelled flight so did not arrive till about 10pm: cold tired & hungry. Reception staff were helpful professional & competent going out of their way to offer a late dinner. Much appreciated. The room however (#20) whilst clean & reasonably well appointed could do with renovation as seemed to be happening with rooms nearby. They need painting & the basin replacing as the enamel was so worn away it was green around the plug hole. Not really the four star standard this place claims it is. It was freezing too so an electric blanket would have been much appreciated. All that aside it's convenient to Tullamarine & as I said staff were professional...rather a rarity these days.

Great hotel close to the airport and perfect for transiting between international and domestic flights. Very welcoming staff from free shuttle driver, reception, restaurant and bar staff. Coming from Tassie we always need to transit through Melbourne or Sydney. We will definitely stay here again.

We use this service every year but this year they changed the pickup location and didn't tell us (plus the usual bus had broken down so they had a replacement & it didn't have the name of the hotel that is usually emblazoned on the vehicle to quickly identify it). Fortunately the driver rang us on the mobile and we had a happy ending. We had a Deluxe room - comfortable, clean and easy parking.

To save the early morning commute to catch a domestic flight I chose to stay at Best Western Melbourne Airport. The shuttle service was fabulous and efficient, the driver super friendly and the experience topped of a very comfortable stay at this motel

I have stayed at a number of airport hotels and been happy but now I have found this hotel I will stay here every visit. Free shuttle 24hr. Landscaped gardens with large pool. Bar and restaurant. I invited local friends for dinner and we all agreed...great food. Chef visits diners to seek feedback. I needed help with luggage and that was cheerfully provided. Great room, excellent bathroom with lotions and shampoo/conditioner . Mini fridge in room. Separate seating in room. Breakfast was excellent. Customer service and great quality in every area. Highly recommend.

We had a good stay at this hotel! Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and its amenities were good. The bed was comfy and the Wifi was decent. Breakfast had a decent selection. The onsite restaurant was good and convenient. They also offered a free airport shuttle bus for pickups and drop offs -- just have to call Reception about this -- as the hotel is only 10 minutes away from the airport! Definitely recommend if you have any early/late flights to Melbourne, thank you!

We needed to stay overnight near the airport and chose Best Western based on other reviews. It was further from the airport than expected but the shuttle bus worked well and we had no problems with an early airport check in and traffic. Staff were great, room service menu was good and food was fine. We had a late arrival/early departure and check in/check out was quick and efficient. The motel itself was great. Old fashioned on the outside, but super clean, modern and all amenities on the inside. It was a surprisingly good experience and we'd definitely stay here again if we need to overnight for a flight.

Shuttle free but you must call to coordinate your pickup are de Mel airport, they don't have WhatsApp to call them. I didn't have SIM card to call hotel, so I suggest to find another way to coordinate shuttle pick up!

We chose the Best Western for shuttle to and from the airport. Good size room with lots of lighting, the bed was comfy but the doona was very noisy when moved. Sound proofing of room could be better because you could hear street and aircraft flying overhead at night and next doors shower! Shower was small with excellent hot water and spray pressure, the refrigerator was noisy so we unplugged it! Very friendly staff and excellent airport shuttle service. Great pub just down the road for lunch and dinner as required. Despite the negatives, good value for money and would stay there again.

When flying home to Canada on an early morning flight, I always stay at a place as close to the airport as possible, at a reasonable cost. I have stayed at several places which met my criteria, but not my expectations in terms of cleanliness and service. This Best Western went beyond those expectations. From my arrival, when the front desk agent helped me wheel my luggage to my room to the gracious shuttle driver the next morning, almost every element of my stay was perfect. Here is my list of why I would stay at Best Western again in the small room that I asked for as a single traveller...fabulous check-in service, exceptionally comfortable bed, amazing shower (lots of pressure),very, very clean room, multi-lighting mirror in the bathroom, delicious bruschetta from the restaurant, extra blanket, responsive heating system, excellent Wifi, limited noise (welcomed surprise in a motel setting). I fear that I may have been the one making noise with my motel room door. It consistently jammed and banged when I opened and closed it and is the only flaw I can talk about in this review. Next time I stay, I want to arrive in the daytime and take advantage of walks through the area, and sit beside the pool.

My whole trying to book the room to check out was such a drama. Especially when i have a BW BestPay corporate card and never had any issues booking into other BW Motel/Hotels. Train your staff. This is one customer that will not be back.

Well presented rooms made it a night to remember. Plus the added attraction to leave our car on the Best Western Airport Motel premises for the duration of our nine days spent in FNQ. Done this many times before and will continue to do same in the future.

We always stay here before a flight and always eat in their restaurant - their steak is spot on everytime. The Chef is very passionate about his restaurant and often comes out to check if everyone is enjoying their meal. They have a great happy hour with 30% off drinks. The rooms are quiet and very clean.

3 of us stayed at this motel overnight. Bed extremely comfortable n room quiet and clean. Eating area was very inviting for tea or breakfast. We had a deal that we got the room and carparking for the 5 days away (even tho we only stayed there for overnight) for $205. They provided airport shuttle to airport and then picked us up when we got back 4 days later. We just picked up our key from them and drove home. What an awesome service.!! We will definetely use them again when we fly out of melbourne.

I was here for a convention and the staff are great. They run an excellent shuttle service to and from the airport and are very accommodating with the shuttle to take you to nearby shops etc. The rooms are clean and very pleasant. I would definitely stay there again

Ticks all the boxes for a business trip - renovated rooms with good parking, great service from the staff and an excellent restaurant on site. I have also stayed in the apartment rooms and they are well appointed and pretty good value.

Typical airport motel with no bad points. Reception staff are top notch knowing most clients are just passing through for a morning flight as such. Our rooms were updated and comfy and extraordinarily clean. Did not try the resto but glad we ate before arriving as the closest other restos were further than we assumed when researching. Contrary to other a/p accomms, there was no noticeable flight noise/traffic or otherwise. Will certainly stay here again. Shuttle is timely, prompt and driver is friendly. Keep up the good work.

We stayed overnight after a very late flight. We enjoyed our room which was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. We also used the free airport shuttle which was great. The bed was comfortable. We only stayed overnight and left first thing the next morning so we didn't to look around. It was a reasonable price.

Over all the place was Okay. Room very clean but worn. Airport shuttle was great. The food was actually very good. BUT they use heavily scented room sprays that triggered major coughing. I had to change rooms it was so bad, still it was there in the second room. If there is no smoking allowed, they don't need to use room sprays. I hope they stop. If you are sensitive to smells, give this place a pass.

The location is quiet and only about ten minutes from the airport in the free shuttlebus. Perfect for early flights. The staff was attentive. The room was clean, linen is high quality. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Paying for breakfast at check-in is excellent value - $17 cooked, $12 continental, as opposed to paying on booking or the morning - $22 cooked. We would stay here again for the ease of access to the airport, the quiet location and the high quality room.

I got such a good price on this place I thought I was in for a world of hurt. But I was so impressed! Check in was easy with friendly, helpful staff and the room was fantastic. One of the comfiest beds ever. And the shower! The pressure nearly knocked me back! Not to mention the awesome little touch light on the mirror - perfect for make up application. The wifi was intermittent but for a one night stay this wasn't an issue. Was absolutely perfect, I'll make it a point to stay here again before/after flights to Melbourne.

Hotel is okay but really only a 2 1/2, carpets in rooms are big bad, beds are okay, hallway floors almost wanted to turn and run but it was late. Breakfast was not worth what we paid, hot food was all cold, in dining area people were told at 8:20 in the morning they couldn't sit at tables cause they had been set for dinner this evening; really you can maybe reset and wash in next 8 hours.

We'd had 2 flights with minimal stopover and needed to travel to Southern NSW and preferred to not worry our family about picking us up from the airport, hence our decision to stay at the motel. Pick up from the airport was easy and quick, delivery to motel and navigating reception was hassle free, room was easily accessed and the room was exceptionally clean with crisp bed linen. Tea, coffee and biscuits were liberally provided.

A very comfortable and clean hotel, nice and helpful staff. Very close to MEL Airport and they provide a free shuttle from the airpot to the hotel. I will definitely stay here if I travel to Melbourne in the future.

Although this isn't a 5 star hotel, it is perfect for travellers wishing to be within 10 to 15 minutes of the airport. The breakfast is sufficient and the dinners are very good. The duck is especially delicious. The rooms are sparkling clean and the bed was the most comfortable I slept in during my month-long journey in Australia and New Zealand. Getting into Melbourne CBD was easy though lengthy using public transit. The grounds are surprisingly pretty for a hotel/motel. Lots of lovely gardens and a beautiful park behind the property. The pool is an added bonus. The airport shuttle is so convenient - so nice not to have to worry about getting to and from the airport. As well there are restaurants and pubs and a mall fairly close by if you prefer to leave the property.

This was my first visit back after 3 years. I was really impressed with the renovated rooms, has a ‘fresh' modern feel. Breakfast was great as normal as were the staff. Just a couple of whinges. I had my elderly parents with me (in their own room) and my mother was too scared to use the shower because there were not any grips/handles to support her. May be a good idea to have some ‘elderly friendly' dedicated rooms. Also, the. WiFi wasn't functioning but I managed to survive. In summary, I would recommend this motel, it's location is great if you need to be close to the airport, like we were.

I have been staying here for business over the years and stay here as often as i can when in Melbourne. It is close to the airport and has a shuttle if needed. Restaurant is good quality and staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are always clean.

We stayed for one night before an early flight the next day. Given how far in advance I booked, I was dissapointed to have been allocated what seemed like the worst room in the motel. Our room was an the very end of the property, a good 5 minute walk from reception (I have a disability and no help was offered to carry our bags despite them knowing that we'd arrived without a car) and right opposite a surprisingly busy road. In addition to traffic noise, we had brief blaring of music, and a series of door slams and yelling from one particular guest. The aged building that our room was located in (conference wing) had major mould issues with black water stains on the carpet - it needs to be demolished. The room was an acceptable standard but strangely the lounge chairs faced the bed rather than TV (wtf?!). The free shuttle service was the best part although they went to pick up other guests and luggage from their room but didn't offer this to us. Staff were meh, seemed tired and disinterested. One of the worst stays I've had anywhere. Trip advisor dropped the ball on this one.

Quiet hotel. Very clean. Bed comfort was excellent. The breakfast buffet was very good- good choices and well prepared. For dinner, the decor understates the quality of the food. It was excellent.. Bek, the front office manager went above and beyond to help us.

Nice clean room. Everything worked good. Staff were very helpful and kind. Comfy bed. Nice pool. The tile inside is a little slippery though. Caution!! The washing machines are quite a long walk from the hotel. There's plenty of washers there though once you find the laundry room.

The 5 star cleanliness of this Motel is first class. Their staff go far beyond to help in many even little ways. Menu variety and food delivery and taste was good. Airport Transfer Staff are most helpful to those who do not know Melbourne Airport. Amenities for the disabled are good. The only addition that would complete things is a handrail into the pool. Otherwise the best Motel/Hotel for Melbourne Airport. I have been using this Motel for two decades. It only gets better - especially the Staff.

I would have to say I would never eat here again . I would make the trip down the road to eat . I had Salmon something. I could smell the meal coming, after the first meal came to the table I didn't order . The waitress made error on my order . The waitress offered a drink for making mistake . Nice considering I was drinking water . My husband had Steak with a gravy he had to wipe off , so he could eat his meal . The rooms were clean no problem there. Reception staff very friendly. I did not enjoy my stay and will not return.

Like many others, I wanted a room near the airport for an early flight. I transferred from Melbourne to the airport via Skybus, then telephoned the hotel for shuttle pick up. Scheduled shuttle return upon arrival at motel. Assigned room on backside of one-story motel. Quiet location (I don't think I had neighbors that night). Large room with chairs. Air conditioning worked. Served my needs for one night. In residential neighborhood good for a walk to stretch the legs. Can also walk down to a pub for meals or a little further to a grocery.

We stayed hear for one night and it was good , the room was good nice and clean. My only complaint is you can hear some noise from the other rooms. We ate at the restaurant and the food was ok. For the price of the room it was ok.

We stayed here waiting to leave for our family trip interstate. The rooms were good for a family for a short stay and the pool was a lovely bonus for the children to use while the excitement built for their holiday! The staff are lovely and friendly, particularly Nina in the breakfast buffet, she was lovely and very helpful and patient with our children (especially when one spilt milk everywhere and she had to clean and mop everything up!). She even gave our children some treats for travelling on the plane later that day! The shuttle bus was great, helped us to get to and from the airport with eze and the parking daily rate was very good. Was a great stay and would recommend, especially for families. Thank you we will be back!

Never stayed here before but will do so again. 24 hr check in, we arrived at 11pm, friendly staff, offered free airport shuttle bus to get our daughter to airport early and then picked us up to return to accommodation. Very clean and comfortable, value for money, off street parking.

We stayed one night before flying to Perth. It was Christmas Day (night) we were able to order room service which was delivered quickly and tasted yummy. We left our car at the motel whilst we were away for $8 a day (bargain). We were transferred to the airport and picked up on our return with a friendly and efficient driver. We would highly recommend staying with Best Western!!!

I stayed here in between flights after looking at all the accommodation available at melb airport and after reading all the reviews thought I would give this one a try. It was the best decision out of all the options, on arrival I was greeted by a lovely young lady who was friendly helped me to my room with my bags. They have a restaurant that has heaps of choices I opted for the seafood paella it was massive and delicious the only complaint I have it was too big and I couldn't finish it! The next day i checked out with a older blonde lady who was also very friendly. They have a free bus to the airport and my room was basic but very clean and everything you need for a quick overnight stay- I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone needing something near Melbourne airport.

Great motel offering nice rooms at a reasonable price. You are able to leave your car there during the duration of your holiday whilst you fly out( very cheap fee). The airport shuttle service is always on time saving you any problems about missing a flight or getting out of the airport promptly.

Found this property convenient on a previous occasion. Large room, though in this instance the room allocated was in need of a touch up with the furniture scuffed and worn looking. Bed comfortable, very good linen quality. Coffee and tea facilities with ample sachets, stainless steel kettle (hate those plastic kettles) large mugs for a decent cuppa. A good size bathroom. For travellers wishing to connect with the v-line or other trains from Broadmeadows Station, a bus no 484 stops outside the Motel.

Having previously had two good stays at this Motel earlier in the year , I found the same great service again this month. Good courtesy bus to and from airport, rooms always been well appointed, and the lady in the breakfast area is amazing in making you feel welcome and ensuring you get what ever you need. Thanks again to everyone for a great stay, even if it is only overnighters.

Participated in a charity strategic planning event at this venue - really exceeded my expectations. The staff were beyond professional and accommodating - it was inspiring to engage with people who truely enjoy their work! Kitchen staff stayed open an extra 2.5hrs to accommodate late and delayed arrivals - made my day! Room was well appointed, bedding and linen were high quality and really soft! Would recommend hosing a small conference / workshop here.

The staff here were pretty good, except the lack of communication which lead one to call me as they didn't know that the person who checked me in had me down as a late check out. The cleaning staff were particularly good, except that my shower drain was blocked, and not just a little bit, but to the point that after being in the shower for 2 min it overflowed. They fixed it, but why did the cleaners not notice this before. The bed was extremely uncomfortable with the springs pressing into my back.

I have stayed here for a number of conferences and always found the hotel to be very good. The rooms (in the hotel section) are excellent, good value. Wi-fi is good. Breakfast is good - more vegetarian options would be nice.

Free shuttle from and to the airport. The facilities in the room are excellent and the location very quiet. This is an excellent place to rest after a long flight before embarking onwards. Unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the facilities

We were in transit for a couple of days before starting off the east coast tour. The hotel is conveniently located and offers free shuttle to Tullamarine Airport. The front office staff is very courteous. From the time we called for shuttle, the bus came in less than 10 minutes at airport. very prompt service, which you typically dont expect from a 'shuttle' There are good eating places, grocery store nearby, within walking distance, which is a big help when you dont have a car.

Stayed here last minute after missing a connecting flight. Paid for by Virgin Australia so cannot comment on the value for money but I've stayed in many similar airport hotels and I was more impressed at the room that I would have expected from first appearances. The furnishings were smarter than the average airport hotel and certainly not as beaten up. The bathroom was dated. Wouldn't have been my choice if I was paying but I can't really complain. It served its purpose. Bed was comfy and linens clean but with a tiled ramp down to the room (under the conference centre) it was noisy with late arrivals dragging their cases along and coming past the door.

Room was almost cabin like, very compact and felt old. Very noisy and both nights I was there I was woken by what sounded like something metal falling off something. Bed was not particularly comfy, the heat pump took forever to get going - although there was a sign to tell you to be patient. Even in the middle of the day you had to have lights on it was so dark. I didn't like walking past people smoking and maybe I'm just not used to the old style accommodation that is not in a high rise style. Service was good, free shuttle to and from airport very help food and room service breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Maybe I would have had a different experience in an executive room.

We really were not expecting the quality of room or amenities that we discovered at this hotel! The newly renovated rooms had absolutely everything you could possibly need, right down to complimentary milk for your tea and cookies to have with it! We didn't eat at the restaurant but had a drink at the bar later in the evening, very relaxing after a day of driving. Loved that we could park our car right outside the door. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which helps make the experience very smooth. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely short, and frankly we were thankful for that. Our primary goal was to find a hotel that was close to the airport with a 24 hour shuttle... just to have a place to sleep for the night. After all of the glowing reviews that we saw on multiple websites and seeing a 4 star review, it seemed like a slam dunk. This is not a 4 star hotel by any means. It has the basics, but that is it. The 24 hour shuttle was on time and got us where we needed, but the driver was clearly not wearing deodorant. The room looked decent overall, but the mattress was horribly uncomfortable, there was zero sound proofing, and both the chairs in the room and the lampshades were dirty/dingy. At least check in/check out was fast.

Very close to airport at a good price. very friendly and helpful people. Free pick up and drop down to airport at any time ( my flight was to go to airport at 3 am, and pick up at 00.30 am and they were there.

This is the perfect place to stay if you've visiting Melbourne for the very first time, as my wife and I did last week. Bek, the front office manager, sets the tone with her super-friendly demeanor and willingness to do anything for guests. Likewise, Nina and Athena were most accommodating and provided top-notch service at breakfast every morning.

I've stayed here a number of times, its excellent. The rooms are very well equipped & comfortable, the staff are great. What puts this hotel ahead of the race is they have a FREE shuttle bus to the airport, and you can leave your car there while you're away!!!! I'll be back again for sure.

Definitely the best Melbourne airport accommodation option. Great value, free transfers, friendly helpful staff, comfortable modern room, excellent onsite restaurant. I've stayed in quite a few Melbourne airport hotels and if you're prepared for 10 minutes drive, this is the best. It's a 5 minute walk to nearby shops and tavern if you wanted. But menu and food wouldn't be better than right at this property. Would I stay again? Definitely!

We recently stayed and parked for 5 days and stayed on return from a short holiday. No problems on first night. Rooms clean and comfortable. Shuttle to airport ok. On day of return I rang to confirm we would be landing at 12:30am. Advised to wait until we had bags and then ring for shuttle bus. When we rang we were informed to either get a taxi or wait 45mins due to ‘roadworks' that we since found out weren't even happening. We opted to pay $26 for taxi rather than wait in cold. Then on arrival at motel no one in reception to check in. Got offered car park refund next morning but didn't accept. Bad end to lovely holiday

We spent 1 night at the Best Western Airport Hotel before catching our flight home. It was perfect. I booked online because of the reasonable price and the shuttle service. The shuttle picled us up from the airport. Check in was easy. The room was comfortable and included a simple breakfast which started at 6:00 so we could have something before our early flight. As we were bringing our bags to reception to check out, the shuttle driver offered to drive us to reception, which I thought was very considerate. The shuttle back to the airport the next morning was quick and comfortable. It was a good start to our 24 hour trip home.

We've stayed at the Best Western Airport Motel on a number of occasions now. It's very convenient to the airport if you looking at an early departure time. The facility is well laid out with plenty of rooms available. The rooms are modern and well maintained and presented. There is a restaurant and bar in the facility which is quite good. However if you are looking at something with a bit more character you can slip down to the West Meadows tavern. The food there is good quality pub food at reasonable pricing.

This Motel is a top spot to stay if you need somewhere near Melbourne Airport. They have free transport from the motel to the airport (just need to call them) and it only takes 10min to get there. The check-in staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and have everything you need for an overnight stay. I was under the convention centre and found it was nice and quiet during my stay (I don't think there was a conference on at the time). The food at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced (same price as a pub). Schnitzel Parma was $28. There are a few shops and a pub within walking distance but not much else around the area. Overall, a good place to stay and not as expensive as the motels at the airport.

Service was very good and friendly. Excellent transport shuttle free service to airport for as many trips as required, in our case 2 as we were returning a rental vehicle. Staff were very helpful at all times.

Only stayed one night before early flight from the airport. Clean room and excellent check in with very helpful staff. They charge 8 per day if you leave your car works out cheaper with nearby parking scatered around airport region. They have a fee shuttle to and from the airport if needed.

Stayed at the deluxe twin room that comes with a queen and a single bed for a night. We picked Best Western as it had spacious enough rooms and provided complimentary shuttle service at your convenience to the airport. Enough pillows were provided, beds were comfortable, and the spacious enough for 3 adults to pack luggages after last minute shopping spree at the nearly DFO. Front desk staff were friendly and explained information well. If you book their breakfast buffet upon arrival, it is $17 per pax as opposed to $22 per pax if you decide later. Go for the breakfast... Its really nice with both cooked items and cold cuts. More affordable compared to what you will end up paying for at the airport. Also, the front desk staff called on the morning we were due to leave to ensure that we will be on time for the airport. Another plus! Now, the only downsides I will have pinpoint is that the toilet has no lock and that the walls can be rather thin. We could hear our neighbours getting up at 5.30am and that sort of disrupted our sleep for abit. Otherwise, all is good and I would recommend Best Western Airport Motel.

Stayed at the Best Western Airport Motel, Attwood last night after a long day of flying and what a hidden gem this accommodation is. Dropped the car off 3 weeks ago and they do charge a daily rate but very reasonable. Courtesy van drop off and pick up even at midnight. Wish we'd done our research years ago!! Tucked away from the main roads, so nice and quiet with minimal traffic noise, but still within 15 mins. of the airport on the complimentary shuttle bus. The bed was really comfy so I got a great nights' sleep. Buffet breakfast the next morning was very nice. Really impressed that the bathroom had a decent heater (IXL-Tastic in the ceiling) - was really cold weather so definitely needed it! All staff were friendly and professional, will stay here again.

Stayed one night - ALL staff were amazing. Very attentive, helpful and courteous. What really stood out was the food in the dining room at dinner time. This was the quality of a top class restaurant. The chef - Ashley - came out to speak to us and was clearly very proud of his menu. The food and service excelled.

This motel and convention centre has three things going for it. Close to Melbourne airport, great food and the wonderful politeness of the staff. It's convenient and it was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

We choose to stay here between flights from auckland nz to Perth to break up trips for the kids. Just a few things to improve service - Was told we had to call shuttle on arrival to airport we did this and it took approx 30mins to be picked up would have been better if the shuttles are waiting on your arrival, it doesnt seem long but we were on a late flight in with two tired kids and just wanted to get to the hotel & had been through customs, this was a little frustrating finding where to wait. On arrival staff were nice check in was easy. We ordered room service just before the kitchen closed and it was good. The ladies at the bar were lovely the next day accommodating my fussy kids for breaky before our early flight. Hotel was fine, great staff, nothing fancy mid level budget type hotel.

Good room, comfortable bed, friendly reception staff. . free shuttle to the airport (I had hoped to be dropped closer to Terminal 2 as I had some limitations and the website stated Terminal as pickup point so I presumed it would also be the drop off point) perhaps mention the drop off as this may affect some elderly customers

I thought being an airport hotel it would be noisy and well worn but to the contrary it was very quiet, and modern furnishings. Everything you might expect for an overnight stay. The staff could not have been more helpful. The only drawback is the distance of the hotel from the airport so leave plenty of time to allow the shuttle to get there.

After 23 flight hours from Europe it is great to have a helpful and courteous driver pick us up from the airport then efficient reception staff get you to your room quickly and arrange your free transport to Broadmeadows station the next morning. The room was clean and comfortable with a very comfortable bed (better than the four and five star properties we used in Europe for the past month). The room had very good lighting (a rarity these days in motels) and quality furnishings. This motel punches above its weight in this category.

We booked this last year but decided to try the Deluxe room with 7 days parking and then one day stay on return to Melbourne. Staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful. Room was beautifully clean and much appreciated. Deluxe gave us a modern spacious bathroom. They also offer a free shuttle service to the airport which is on time and they offer a wake up call if your flight is early morning. TIP: Make sure you confirm the booking time for the shuttle on arrival. Allow yourself approximately 15-20min ride to the airport before checking in at the airport. For pick-up service from the airport, just call when you have claimed your bags and are sitting at the bus pick-up location. They are very quick to respond and send the driver as soon as you call.

We only needed 1 night's accommodation before an early morning international flight, and this place suited us fine. Free shuttle pick up from our domestic arrival in the evening, then free shuttle transfer to catch our early morning international flight. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff were friendly, and the price was great. Our only issue were other guests - some arrived late at night and were very loud as they walked past your room, then others who had even earlier flights than ours were again loud as they talked and wheeled their luggage noisily in the morning. Some people are clueless when it comes to considering other people!

This motel is our favourite when taking early morning flights. The shuttle bus leaves every half hour and drops you right at the airport door. They will keep your car for $8.00 day which is far cheaper than other options. The rooms are comfortable and cleansed the restaurant has tasty food.

We booked into Best Western on a Friday evening in early June and paid AUD $129.77 for a Deluxe Queen Room through Agoda. The pick up went fairly smoothly (as you walk out of domestic arrivals there are 3 traffic lanes in front of you – select the middle lane) but we did need to ask a couple of other shuttle drivers where to wait. The ride took about 15 minutes (there were roadworks and peak hour to contend with) but the shuttle driver was friendly, kept to the limits and drove safely. The check in was efficient with the staff being friendly and helpful. You will need to book your shuttle if leaving the next day. The morning shuttle went smoothly and took about 10 minutes. The room was clean and had all expected bathroom amenities (best western branded shower gel, shampoo, conditioner - no shower cap). The restaurant was fully booked but we could sit and wait for a table with a glass/bottle of wine and it was a fairly quick turnaround. All in all this was good value for money and met all our requirements for an overnight stay before a morning flight. I would definitely stay here again under the same circumstances.

Coming to melbourne from Brisbane they picked me at the airport and took me to the motel where my other family members were waiting. I found the rooms very big and clean. Reception was great. Having stayed before I booked again. Requested accessible room and close to restaurant. Arrived and found room way away down the back and with no car park out front. #44 "There is no allocated parking" we were told, great if you can walk not so good if you are limited in that area. Thought there would be one close by ...wrong. Room was Ok but for bathroom sliding door not fixed at base so swung out if you pushed from inside, (not safe), and was almost impossible to close completely (not private). Shower mat was a disgrace with black mould/dirt/growth on underside. I refused to use it and so had to use basin in kitchen area. (no wash basin in bathroom). No plug for wash basin, hard to have a top and tail with running water! Having been out in the evening, returned found no parking at all within grounds whatever, great when you are on crutches, wife went to office , was told no allocated parking and care factor zero. Not a good stay, didn't bother using restaurant easier to eat out.

Three of us shared a room here while attending a workshop in the conference centre. The room was clean and good quality although small for the number of beds. It was a bit of a squeeze with two single beds and one queen and not much room to move. Biggest disappointment was that the "heated spa" advertised on their website isn't actually heated. Shuttle to airport was convenient. I would recommend this accommodation for one night as it is close to airport but not for any length of stay.

First time here, Stayed for a night, need to do something near the airport the next day in the early morning. As wasn't for leisure did not plan to go around in Melbourne so ideally a place with shuttle bus from airport. This place was amongst the better value and decent place, one of my final two options based on comments from fellow advisors. Firstly when waiting for shuttle bus in the airport when called the line, apparently I've just missed the bus so need to wait a while (end up being 30mins) and no it wasn't the only bus I saw, another one was on the opposite lane when we are near the motel. Anyhow this wasn't a big issues, as no plans for the day. Reception area is quite small, working as customer services auditor really wouldn't say the receptionist was nice or friendly. Just a normal agent nothing good to praise and nothing extremely unpleasant to complaint for. The internet was not working on the day neither was it fixed by the time I checked out next morning. Luck I don't really need the internet, data can keep message coming if needed. Called room service for dinner, size and value was pretty good for a motel, if anyone got tired of moving around do consider having a meal with the motel. Unfortunately plates were never collected, and the person picked up my call was not nice to speak to either (maybe I also inquire when the internet will be back as they advised by 5pm) Need to mention staying in the lower level the balcony door wasn't locked when I went in and the blinds were covering it. It would be nice to have it locked prior to assigning the room to a guest, anyone can easily went in through the balcony. Also the door lock in my room is not working, can only use the chain from inside. Room was big and clean which increase the score. Check out was simple and greeted with a more friendly smile (early morning?). I would recommend staying but it wouldn't be my first priority.

We stayed here the night before and after an overseas trip. This hotel is near the airport and a shuttle bus half hourly is free. We left our car here while away for $8 per night. Upon our return the car had been parked right outside our room. Staff are very polite and helpful. We will stay here again as it is easy to get to and great value.

Sick to death of over priced city and surrounds hotels this place is well priced well located for the airport and has all you need. Friendly and prompt check in. Room clean tidy and comfy. Free Wi Fi and a restaurant on site.

Very convenient for a two day meeting with national colleagues. The motel's airport shuttle bus made the arrival and departure easy and very well appointed rooms made for a comfortable stay. The conference facilities are good and the staff looked after us well with catering. Adequate dining room serving good meals from 6pm and happy hour bar service from 5pm. Friendly and efficient staff.

Firstly I must mention the food (I should have taken photo before eating). Best steak I've had in a few years and that's saying a lot as I travel and eat out every week . The baked tomato and potato was delicious and the red wine jus was given generously. Yum yum yum! My husband loved his steak with seafood and garlic sauce too. About the room. They have done a wonderful job refurbishing an older hotel and bringing it to the modern era. Very clean with opening windows if you want fresh air. It has very easy to use split system and the room we were in also has a spa which was a very welcome surprise . We were in room 29 . I would suggest asking for a room upstairs or right down the end if your wanting a sleep in. This is a popular hotel due their shuttle to the airport . I heard the first shuttle go at 4.30am. So if your wanting to sleep late this would keep waking you every 45 minutes I think. In saying that, if your going to the airport the shuttle is comfortable and a huge bonus. It took us 6 minutes to airport but that was at 5.15am. Could be slower later in the day due to traffic. Bed was great too. The hotel is well lit and has a nice swimming pool. No complaints . Service very good. We will be back .

What's not to like? Convenient to airport in a residential neighborhood, airport shuttle, fully controllable a/c, 42 inch flat screen (not HD however) , desk, two chairs, fridge, safe, no microwave, hot water kettle, free good internet and parking with a restaurant. Oh yes there was something...in room 56 when lifted the toilet seat would not stay up...tsk tsk. Clean and handy.

Arrival at hotel - good service from their airport transfer and lovely welcome from a very friendly receptionist who was equally competent. Rooms were clean, very spacious and functional - good wi-fi. Restaurant was very good - wide menu selection. Wake up call and transport from room to airport - excellent service. Very impressed and would have no hesitation using this hotel in future.

This is not a 5 star hotel, but it is an excellent value for money motel. Staff here really make this motel what it is. Always smiling, always friendly and always there. I have stayed at this motel about 3 times now. It is very convenient to Melbourne Airport with shuttle service included. First time I stayed here, first impression walking down the hall was not good, but get into the room and it changed my perception with lovely renovated rooms. Great value for money and will always be my #1 pick for accommodation near Melbourne Airport.

I was attending a seminar in October 2017. And the room was neat and great. I love the menu of the restaurant. I had dinner there every night. My favorite was the risotto. Breakfast was just as good. Nothing to complain about. I felt very comfortable. In June 2018 I will attend a week training at their venue and I've booked another room near the convention centre. They were very friendly and swift in helping me find the right room. I think the price is great for what you get. Nothing fancy or chique, but just a good place to stay. Happy to return back. Also, their free shuttle bus service was great. Just 20-30 minutes from the airport. On my last day, I could leave my suitcase at the hotel and explore Melbourne. Then went back to pick up my suitcase and went off to the airport. I was really happy the shutlle bus service was free.

Loved that there was a king size bed, not a double as we usually find, room looked nice however the cups/spoons didn't look very clean and neither did the face washers, so made us wonder what else wasn't clean... rooms were not very sound proof for an airport motel with people coming and going at all times of the night

Stayed at this motel over a Easter break.We landed at Melbourne airport and enquired at aiprort information center about our pick up. They pointed me to nearby phone and dial their reception free of cost. Pickup arrangement done over a phone and pickup van arrived in 25 minute opposite terminal2 . Motel is not far from airport, we arrived early and they let us check in early that is so good. This place is well connected to public transport ,bus stop is just outside motel. Motel also can drop you to nearest train station between 11am to 5 pm. Public transport is impressive here. Our room was nice , not much of a good view. Their buffet breakfast is yum. we stayed for 2 nights. Traveling to Melbourne CBD took about 40 -50 minute. Melbourne airport is just 15 min drive. Enjoy your stay.

Although staff were friendly, they were unable to offer us a change of room when the first one allocated (75) proved to be a very long walk from reception and facilities, with steps to negotiate with our luggage. This spoiled our visit entirely. Breakfast was good and we were offered help with luggage the next morning - otherwise we'd still be struggling to leave. Good location for the airport wit convenient shuttle bus.

The initial impression as you arrive is not the best. The reception entry door is an uninviting solid door in a plain wall. But once you're through the door into the small and plain reception area things improve. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The young woman who checked us in was charming and insisted on helping us take our luggage to our room. She set us up with a reservation for their airport shuttle for the next morning and also a wake up call. The rooms, motel style, are generously sized. Ours had a queen bed plus a single and there was a fridge and all the usual furnishings. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I couldn't guess when the bathroom was last renovated but the workmanship was dreadful. Everything functioned except the shelf in the shower which sloped such that soap etc. slid off. But the owners of this hotel let themselves get ripped off by the contractor. The materials used were okay but the installation work was very slapdash. We slept well and our wake-up call was on time. The airport shuttle picked us up from outside our room right on time and took us to the airport. The driver was friendly and helped with our luggage. We were tempted to try the dining room as the menu looked good but ended up snacking in our room as we were very tired. We were pleased with our stay.

Spa room excellent and restaurant awesome. Well worth the cost as the room is large, quiet and comfortable and the restaurant amazing. The service is excellent as well. Keep coming back here it is so good.

The free shuttle comes each 1/2 hour and takes about 15min to get to the motel, though this was quicker on the early morning return to the airport. The check-in was fast and efficient. I was surprised by the size of the room - larger than any other airport hotel/motel I've stayed at. The restaurant had good honest food and the prices were also another pleasant surprise. Didn't get to use the pool.

Amazing close to airport a great spa room and an exceptionally clean room, just a few minutes walk to a local pub,great pub grub and cold beer. A fabulous pool, delightful staff. Will definitely stay again.

Came in late to Melbourne from NZ. Shuttle arrived very promptly after we rang. Room was nice and clean, roomy and well presented. Left early the next morning, had rung reception to let them know we wanted to catch the 7am shuttle back to the airport. Arrived at reception and it had already gone, however they organised another smaller shuttle to take just us so we arrived on time. Very impressed with the service and would definitely stay again.

We have stayed here 2 times after traveling from Newcastle N.S.W. For treatment at the women's hospital. Staff are very helpful rooms art clean and service is 10/10. Will be staying here again in April for 7 days and recommend a stay for anyone and free airport shuttle is a bonus along with 24hour checkin and checkout .

This hotel is close to the Melbourne Airport and has a free shuttle service. The room was large and very comfortable (3 beds!) It was clean and the wifi worked well. The amenities are very good. The restaurant there is excellent. The wine and the meals are very reasonably priced. The staff is very helpful.

Both my husband and I stayed here on separate days. I cannot fault the service. Staff very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. The buffet breakfast was a good start to the day.I would recommend this place to stay. The shuttle drivers were great even taking us to the shopping centre and picking us up along with the airport pick ups and drop offs. Thank you Michael, David and Paul. I stayed here with my mum who has mobility issues and the staff were great. They gave us a bigger room than the one booked by the travel agency and nothing was a problem for them. The shuttle bus is awesome. They even took us to the shopping mall.I will definitely be coming back. Also the Restaurant staff were outstanding. The breakfast waitress even gave my mum a huge hug when we left she made us feel so special.

We booked this motel purely on its location to the airport and that it offered a shuttle service to the airport with the opportunity to secure parking while you were away for $8 per day. The receptionist, Martina, was very helpful on arrival and our room was what you would expect for a motel, basic but very clean and with everything you would need. The bed was a little 'bouncy' but overall, we slept ok and received a prompt alarm call the next morning as we had to be up early. We had booked into the restaurant beforehand and were impressed with the selection of meals, not we expected from a motel restaurant. The restaurant staff, Noelene, Valantina and Courtney were cheerful and welcoming. Courtney, who was one of the restaurant supervisors, was very attentive to our dietary needs and came back twice to check certain aspects, which we were very impressed with. Our food came exactly as we had ordered and was tasty; my paella was surprisingly not bad at all. My only gripe, and it is a small one, is that there wasn't a suitable dessert for a gluten and lactose intolerant person- maybe fresh fruit or a sorbet? We were very happy with our overall experience at the Best Western Motel and would definitely return if we had an early flight again.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights and found the service at both check in and check out was outstanding. Bek served us and made the process super easy., she was cheerful and helpful the entire time. Getting into Melbourne city was easy via bus and train and we were given a myki card b the staff for our use. There is a hotel and a couple of eating places nearby, also an IGA store. We had dinner one night at the motel restaurant and it was one of the best meals I have ever had. Would highly recommend. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I booked this motel so that I could be near to the airport for our flight the following morning. Travelling with my elderly mother I wanted someone nearby where we could have a good nights sleep and have a leisurely morning ready for our homeward journey. Chose this motel as it seemed very suitable for someone with mobility problems Our room was close to reception, recently refurbished to a high standard. the food in the restaurant was really very good, not what I was expecting for a motel! We used the free shuttle bus to the airport, our driver was so helpful and real credit to this motel. He took our luggage,helped Mum into bus and ensured we were dropped as close as airport as he could get.

We had decided to come back to stay after an average previous stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were greeted by a young man Arron who was very helpful and helped us with our luggage and organise transportation to the airport. The restaurant was very loud as is it was very busy, so we had dinner in the couch/lounge area which is near the kitchen. The meal was okay, although my steak was very tough and tasted old and I could hear the chefs in the kitchen yelling and swearing constantly which made my husband and I feel very uncomfortable and startled. We could constantly hear the kitchen bell ringing and kitchen staff screaming which really let us down for a quiet night in a nice "restaurant". Really disappointed, and won't be coming back.

I booked this motel for a business trip. Hassle free with the airport shuttle. A quick call and someone was send over to pick me up. Staff were all great, very professional and helpful. I have also used the restaurant, great portion were big at reasonable price. Overall, it was a great stay. Will definitely come back.

It was a nice place to stay. Close to airport and for guest who is not driving there is a free shuttle to airport. I would give 5/5 if the place close to tram or train services. There is bus stop in front of the motel and close by but it took a while to reach train station.

This was a perfect place to spend the night before my flight out the next morning. I had an enjoyable dinner there, too. The breakfast was also good. The grounds around the pool are pleasant and well taken care of. I made a good choice. [2016]

Time and time again I have stayed at this hotel and every time it doesn't disappoint. The staff are always friendly and willing to help wether it be by looking after me while in the hotel or by just pointing out what's to do around the area. The hotel has a free shuttle bus which will pick you up and drop you off from the airport and the restaurant has got a pretty good menu and bar. All in all this hotel is great if you are flying in or out of Melbourne wether it be for business or for family travelers.

Good points - great bus service to the airport, friendly check in at counter, good food at the hotel restaurant, close by to local park with playground, good value price, clean, ironing board and iron in room Not great points - water not hot enough in the shower, beds too firm for my taste, restaurant on the expensive side, not friendly service when initially calling from the airport (assuming this is not common as check in staff at arrival where very good), furniture and bathroom is starting to look tired. Overall, I would stay here again if commuting through Melbourne airport based on price and convenience.

Terrible for a brief stay. The experience started with our pickup from the airport. It took half an hour for them to arrive after calling. Any hotel that calls itself an airport hotel should be a maximum of 10 minutes from the airport. Once they finally arrived, 2 vans arrived, both with visible damage to them. As a family we had to split across 2 vans as they were seemingly overbooked. No clear instructions were given as to how to handle the situation. The van ride itself was the worst part. I sat in the front seat next to the driver, and my god am I glad I had a seatbelt. He consistently sped at 15 k's over the limit, and struggled to figure out how to use a brake. His body odor was revolting and he burped on numerous occasions. He did not talk once the whole ride. The accommodation itself was not much better. The directions given to access our room were incorrect, the hallways carpets were visibly dirty, the walls had marks all over them, there were soap suds throughout the bathroom, I had stains on my pillow, and there were hairs in the bathroom. Worst of all was a suspicious red stain on the lamp shade that looked disturbingly like blood. If you are considering this place as an airport hotel, think again. It is neither close to the airport, or a nice hotel. I'd give it less than 1 star but it won't let me.

This place really feels like a home away from home for us as we have used it a few times now when flying and picking up our friends. It means our holiday starts before we even fly. The car gets handled, the kids can swim and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Having the shuttle service just makes the whole trip stress free.

Guess most people staying here arrive late at and depart early next morning from the airport. And so we did. The biggest asset- a free shuttle from and to the Airport is offered (even if you arrive around midnight- just call them). By the way, their shuttle stop at the airport is right in front of the entrance to terminal 1. Rooms are average motel style- nothing special, but no need to complain

We stayed here for one night before our onward flight. Our room was number 65 and faced the back. It was quite a way from Reception and we were offered help with our cases. The double room was a decent size and the bed was very comfortable. Facilities in the room were the usual kettle, fridge, mini bar, safe, iron & board, tea & coffee. There was two easy chairs and a writing desk, T.V. and hair dryer. Bright modern bathroom with a good powerful shower. Our check in was quick and we were offered a wake up call. We also booked our morning transfer to the airport. They will collect you from outside your room if necessary. Friendly, polite staff. We didn't have breakfast here as we were away early. The have a restaurant on site and also do room service. Free WiFi. Recommended.

HI I only spent 1 night at this motel near tullamarine Airport in Melbourne and this motel is great. pro: Late check in and service is excellent (I arrived at 12 midnight and check in is fast) Family rooms are good, enough and spacious for 3 px Rooms are clean and spacious. Shuttle to hotel is excellent - on time and driver is courteous and even drive a little further down the airport driveway to alight us at domestic airport so that we walk less with luggage (we are a family of 3 children and 2 elderly) Room rate are affordable and all toiletries are provided.

I reviewed this Motel about 18 months ago.....I'd like to update that review now as we stayed there last month again. I cannot speak highly enough of this Motel...there is nothing about it which could be better. The rooms are spotless and very comfy..delightful beds, clean bathroom, beautiful, soft and fluffy towels (thank you to the person who read my last review) , and it was lovely to have great tea-making facilities, not so common in e.g.Paris . And I must add that the breakfast is one of the best we experienced on our holiday to UK and France. Coming home to delicious sweet fresh fruit just topped it all off. A wonderful Motel, very close to the Airport with a shuttle Bus which will transport you to the airport at any time, night or day, Delightful staff, smiles and friendliness galore. Love this place.

We stayed here for one night - the shuttle service worked perfectly, reception staff were friendly and professional and the room was spacious, clean and well furnished for a comfortable stay. We only rate the motel average because of the road noise that did affect our sleep - we were in room 95 right at the end of the building close to the road. The restaurant is a bonus when staying here. We would stay at this motel again.

Living in a rural town we find it difficult to align flight times with getting to Melbourne airport on time, for this reason we've stayed at this motel 3 times now. It has free transfers to & from the airport and is clean & comfy for a one nights stay!

I stayed here after arriving at the airport late at night and before collecting a hire car from the airport. The room was adequate clean and well fitted out with what appears to have been a recent refurbishment. Everything worked and the windows were double paned and sound insulation was good. There is a shuttle bus to the airport every half hour. If economy is paramount this motel is a good choice.

We booked this hotel last minute, and at first were shocked when the shuttle pulled up to the motel complex. It is set in the middle of a residential area, right next to a park. This place was old school motel, with rows of single-story rooms lined up everywhere. The check-in lobby was old school too, like one would find in a Motel 6 in the U.S. Our room was nice and clean, and had a queen bed and a twin as well. It was not as nice as some of the refurbished rooms shown by some travelers on TA, but it was good enough. There was a work desk and the bathroom was functional and clean, if a bit outdated. There's even a fully stocked mini-bar. The bed was wonderful, the sheets were soft and the water pressure in the shower was good so I was a happy camper. It was the next morning when we opened the door, waiting for our friend to pick us up, that I realized how awesome this place was. There is just something magical about opening up the motel room door and looking out into a sort of courtyard, and having that breeze blow in, and to be able to just walk outside and enjoy the sunshine and relaxing environs. Breakfast was great, about $17uspp . Great selection, fantastic coffee. Overall a nice surprise, would definitely stay here again if in need of an room near the airport.

Stayed 1 night here. Very clean accommodation. Used the free airport shuttle service. They were very prompt. Left a msg of our arrival timing and the driver is right there waiting for us! Highly recommended.

Only stayed one night unfortunately, were up early for our flight home, our room was comfortable and clean and quiet. We had a beautiful meal at the restaurant. All the the staff who attended to us were cheerful and helpful. Our waiter passed on our complements to your amazing chef, who in turn came and spoke to us, so we were able to complement him personally. Will defiantly stay again. Our stay and meal was the highlight of our short break away.

I have stayed here four times now and never been disappointed. Rooms are always neat and well presented. Very good value for money when looking for a stopover hotel. Reasonably priced and with their own free shuttle service to and from the airport, just 10 mins away, this is the perfect place to break up a longer trip.

We chose here due to the free shuttle bus to the airport rather than stay at any of the on site airport hotels. The room was fairly standard but comfortable,clean and spacious. The onsite restaurant provided a good evening meal and a bonus of a spectacular sunset.

When we entered the parking lot I was wishing that we had selected a different airport hotel. However, that was not the case - you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover. The rooms are very dated but extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. We were leery about eating at the hotels restaurant but the food was excellent. I had pasta with seafood and my wife had barramundi- both were incredibly tasty and fresh. Good hotel choice if you are looking for a airport hotel but not if you want to visit Melbourne CBD.

If you have a layover in Melbourne this is a great option - only 10 minutes from the airport. For those not from Melbourne - the airport is a long way (20km) from the city. If you have a layover its a long and expensive trip into town. So you are best to stay close to the airport. This hotel had a free shuttle bus to the airport which we used. You can book it at reception. Saves you a $20 taxi fare. The rooms were excellent. Newly refurbished and really clean and modern.

We stayed here or a business trip, so weren't expecting anything flash. But the beds were HARD! Like cheap mattress get the hardest one hard. It hurt my body to roll over. Sleeping on the floor with a blanket would have been the same. When turning back the sheets, there was a big red stain on the sheets? Eeewwww...... The room was small and dingy. But what you would expect for the price. The bed was dreadful though...... that's the reason for the poor rating. The motel is also very tired looking... needs a good bit of love to freshen it up.

This is our fourth stay here when flying either into or out of Australia. Always a great place to stay. Friendly service, clean well appointed rooms and a very nice restaurant (best cheese board ever). There is a shuttle between the hotel and airport for pickups and drop offs. It will also drop you off and pick up from the Broadmeadows train station between 10am and 5pm. Car parking available. We will be back.

Recently my family and I (4 adults and 1 child) stayed at the Best Western Airport Motel - 33 Ardlie St. Attwood Vic., before flying up to Sydney to board a cruise ship. The accommodation was excellent, large, and had everything you wanted. We could leave our car there for the 11 days that we were going to be away (for the cost of $4.00 extra!!!!!). The next morning we were driven to the airport (10 minutes away) and picked up when we returned. Everything was so easy and very well organised. Would definitely recommend it.

It is a great place for transit, close to airport. Thanks for 24/7 airport shuffle. Drivers like Mr Peter are polite, helpful and information. Morning Asian Driver is polite and courtesy. We booked a time for shuffle to train station. When time approached, it was changed. We booked for picked up, and then it was told there are no pick up from train station. We then have to raise our voice then we got it! We booked again for shuffle to airport. When time approached, it was overbooked! Manager in charge on 19 September after session is a bit too aggressive in rude way. Just have to double or triple confirmation shuffle booking.

We spent one night here to be close to the airport for an early flight. The room was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. There's a refrigerator in the room. They offer airport shuttles every 30 minutes day and night. We were also able to print off some things by using their desktop computer and printer. Very friendly place. Didn't use their pool or restaurant.

After reading such positive reviews and a much cheaper price, which included a buffet breakfast, we decided to stay here. The location is 3km from the airport but it does have free on sight parking and also a free shuttle bus to the airport. The rooms are spacious, clean and welcoming. Our bed and pillows were all very comfortable. The bathroom was large and very clean. Tea and coffee facilities are provided and also free wifi. The breakfast buffet was an excellent selection of hot and cold foods and hot and cold beverages. All very fresh and delicious. We will happily stay here again but now know to request a room away from the entrance as unfortunately we were woken a few times in the night by the shuttle bus.

We unfortunately stayed here the night before our flight which was one of the coldest nights in Melbourne this winter and didn't arrive until about 11pm at night. There was no electric blankets on the beds and the heater took hours to warm the room up. We all slept in our clothes because it was so cold. It wasn't until about 3am in the morning that I finally felt warm enough to take off my jumper. Your beds need electric blankets - would have slept so much better. Apart from that the room was nice and quiet.

The hotel is located very near the Melbourne airport which makes it very convenient for a short stay or when your flight is arriving very late in Melbourne. It is a small property but very neat and clean and very well maintained

We have stayed here 3 times for the convenience to the airport. With me being a non city driver, its easy for me to get to. Its super quiet with very comfy beds. We've eaten at the restaurant and had room service - all good quality food. The airport courtesy bus is a bonus as is being able to leave your car at the motel for a small daily charge.

This facility has friendly, kind staff, and a prompt shuttle service. My room was neat and clean, although it was quite far away from the main buildings of the motel. Ideally suited for overnight wait for connecting flight.

Booked this hotel as it's close to the airport and I gave an early departure, nope won't do this again. Even though they have a courtesy shuttle you need it to get to your room from the reception! I was put in the farthest building from the reception/restaurant! Being from Queensland I'm feeling the weather yet when I asked for a closer room it was denied. Had to wrap up in all my winter clothes just to go have dinner, which was also a disaster - seperate review for that seafood extravaganza!!!!! The beds not even that comfortable but the room as a whole is nice. Nope wouldn't recommend pay the extra and stay at the mantra!

Good clean facility. Good staff service and the breakfast offering was good. It was a very cold winters day so the heat pump struggled to heat the room up initially. Advise would be to keep it running in winter if you want to come to a warm room.

Walked into friendly smile at front desk. Shuttle bus to and from airport very good for our early morning flight. Restaurant onsite very good for an old couple like us who cannot walk to far. Tess was very lovely, very warm and welcoming, juggled us a room closer to reception but not to close where we will hear the shuttle bus (which she warned us about the noice) she was attentive and took her time with us even though there was a line of people waiting and phones ringing she multitask her way and still made us feel like the only ones there. We will definitely return back and join as Best Western members. The room was lovely and heater worked wonders. From the old couple.

Staff helpful, especially Michael the shuttle bus driver, very good service. Food in the in-house restaurant was excellent. Our room was very clean, beds reasonably comfortable, pillows not that good. Room service was prompt. Keycard to room problematic, had to keep going to reception to have it reset. All in all a minor complaint! Highly recommend Best Western. We will stay again.

Room was clean spacious enough with tea and coffee making facilities and everything required for a good night's sleep. Staff at Reception were great, efficient and friendly and could not have been more welcoming. The very early morning call was a life saver, followed shortly by a knock on the door with the driver being ready to takes us to the Airport at some ungodly hour of the morning. I am a Member of Best Western and this Hotel/Motel stands with the best of them for service and satisfaction.

We stayed here the night before an early flight. Room (comfortable and quiet) was down the hill down a steep and narrow driveway (scary!). Our wake up call was on time as was the bus to the airport; we also left the car there while we were away (a good per night rate). Got picked up on our return and they had moved the car to the top car park which pleased me! We'll stay again ...

We have been customers of Best Western Airport Motel & Convention Centre for approximately 10 years. Even though we live in Melbourne we are in the Outer East and find that staying here before and after our holidays is not only convenient but something now that we just have to do. The service is nothing short of amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. The free shuttle service both too and from the airport is fabulous and really takes the stress away from getting to early flights or travelling home from the airport in peak city traffic. We love that we can leave our car with the motel and for a small fee it is looked after like their own. We actually feel like it is our hotel now and wherever we go we recommend it to everyone. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you so much. Oh by the way the hot chips are the best around and we love happy hour. :)

Whenever I have an early morning flight I chose to stay at this motel. It's convenient, transport to and from the airport is free of charge and I leave my car here at a very reasonable rate. The reception is open 24hr which is ideal as well. I have found the rooms, staff and service to be excellent.

Wow amazing service I emailed for pricing and was promptly replied and upon arrival the same lady Moala checked us in nice to have transfers to airport and left our car with them also. Great experience

A good size room once you found it located underneath a convention centre and rows of other rooms. Inside was good with comfy bed and clean bathroom. High cost for our stay which could be based on convenience to airport. Good service and anytime check in suits.

15 minutes from Tullamarine airport via free hotel shuttle bus which is easy to book and arrived promptly. Staff very friendly. Room was fine but very cold (weather was cold when we stayed) thanks to a big gap under the door and large window. Didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on that. Room amenities very good. Situated in a residential area so not much to see or do around there unless you hire a car and use it as a base. Ideal for a short stay oven route somewhere else (which we were).

Just stayed here for the night so family could catch early flight. Very good airport service and lovely driver took me to train as was too cold to catch bus!!! Room was clean and adequate, all had a terrible nightmare filled sleep however but am sure it was nothing to do with the hotel, lol

I had to go to Sydney on a day trip and early flight, I chose this hotel because they have a free airport shuttle and parking is included all day, very convenient and helpful staff and the room was clean and comfortable. I returned from Sydney that evening, called the hotel and they sent the shuttle to pick me up straight away where I got in my car and drove home, all so easy.

Stayed Wednesday 21st June for one night. We had booked a twin room online and when we got to the room it only had a double bed in it. Back to reception and changed to another room. This room was situated in a better part of the complex and easier access to the room with parking just outside our room. The room was tidy and clean, bit dated but still ok. Only complaint was that the air conditioner struggled to heat the room and was very noisy to keep on during the night, next morning we had to scrap ice off the cars windscreen. This motel has 24hr checking and free shuttle bus to the airport. Free WIFI was a bonus. We did not eat at the onsite restaurant as the prices were expensive, there is a good pub close by which we made use of.

Airport pick ups and drop offs are well organised and available for your schedule. Motel room is clean, well fitted and has anything most people would require. It is a big place, so if you are mobility limited it would pay to advise them at the time of booking. Otherwise it is a great choice for an airport stopover.

We often choose to stay here. It's not right at the airport but their reliable shuttle service drops you right at the door anyway. The rooms are spacious, clean and more than comfortable. Their restaurant is central to the rooms and excellent value. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It's a great choice for and early morning flight and your car can be stored there very cheaply.

This is a large motel situated in a predominantly suburban area. had one of the rooms right at the back, heaps of space, updated bathroom, great water pressure. Microwave toaster etc. Small balcony with table with a view. all white linen...spotless good pillows! room service and breakfast cooked and buffet. great service good for business trip, training venue and launch pad to air travel.

We arrived late at night to find the mini bar had no price list and had not been restocked. The tiled entry floor in our room and the bathroom was sticky underfoot and we had to go to reception to request another room. The shuttle bus from there to the airport was good.

In a convenient location to Melbourne (Tullamarine) Airport with their own shuttle bus and with public transport right outside in the street. This is a great venue for the business and casual traveller. It also has a full conference facility and on site restaurant, ( very tasty food too). Rooms are clean well appointed and equipped, beds comfortable and with easy chairs. Staff a delight to deal with, highly professional but with a welcome personal touch making the customer feel really welcome. The restaurant provided good tasty meals with a well balanced menu. Well done to all.

We booked in overnight for an early flight next morning. It is usual motel style - but what a surprise when we opened the door. Great king size bed - crisp white sheets and plenty of lighting in the room (unusual!) Reading light - what more could we want! Tea making facilities and biscuits ! Renovated bathroom with glass shower screen, everything spotless. Shuttle service - free - 7 minutes to airport. You need to book when you check in or at the airport if flying in. Would we stay here again - yes we would - we have booked a return for September out and in to Tullamarine. Well done Best Western - we were most impressed.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very good restaurant and setting. Rooms are a tad small but comfortable and quiet and well prced. The nearby shops have a variety of eateries and a very good IGA. Ideal convention centre which appears to be popular.

Booked Superior Room. Clean but tired room. I would be a bit concerned if we booked budget! Restaurant was a disappointment. Had dined here 12 months ago and it was delicious. Unfortunately this time our meals were over cooked (and it wasn't cheap), some of the seafood was had like little golf balls. Noticed that there were plenty of people staying at the motel but were not dining there. We later found out that they were all going down to the very popular Westmeadows Tavern that provides great meals for super prices! Best Western has a regular turnover of clients for conferences and going to the airport – they need to lift there game with the restaurant to attract the extra dollars from people already staying there! Airport shuttle service is good but make sure you confirm the booking times for the shuttle, allowing for a 15-20min ride to the airport before check in (allowance time) at the airline.

Drove here to stay near airport to avoid rush hour traffic prior to an early flight. Ample parking, clean and comfortable beds. Had a good night sleep before a short drive to the airport!(about 3 to 4km drive only)

We stayed overnight here before an International flight. I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by the Courtesy Bus Driver "Tony" and also the Manager. Packing our last minute belongings the night before for an early start, our Travel folder" fell off top of case down between dresser side and waste paper in. Each thinking the other had it, we arrived at airport to find neither of us did!! Tony was on the phone, it was found in the exact place I have said. The Manager drove to the airport and handed them to us. Now that is above and beyond service. Heartfelt thanks to both. Room was very comfortable and very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Prompt courtesy shuttle from Melbourne International. About 10 minute drive. Night arrival so really didn't see much of the property, however the room was nice and the bed comfortable. Ordered from room service menu and was surprised how good it was. I would stay here again.

I stayed here in order to catch a connecting flight the next day. The bed was comfy and rooms clean but 2 sets of lights didn't work The door didn't lock so had to rely on the chain which for a woman by myself I wasn't happy with. The skirting board behind the door was almost coming off. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were great but was pricey! Airport shuttle is an added bonus so no paying for taxis. Good for 1 night but I wouldn't stay here for longer.

Customer service is great. Very supportive and helpful staff. The room was comfortable. Breakfast buffet is expansive - and yummy. The shower is a bit messy spewing water outside the shower. Free airport shuttle made it very convenient.

We booked in here as they offered free airport pick up and we were arriving late. Really nice place, if somewhat convuluted to get into the central city from! (Bus plus train). Nice surrounds : both a park and suburban housing area nearby. Good facilities and set up but probably best for overnighting only due to its non centralised location.

We had interconnecting rooms which was great for 5 adults and 2 children. The rooms were immaculate, the bathrooms had all you needed. They also offer a free shuttle service to the airport. Our rooms were very quiet.

Our usual hotel close to the airport didn't have any rooms available to accommodate our small family, so we booked here. So happy with our choice. Check in was quick and easy, and with a smile :) Our room was neat, tidy and actually quite roomy for a Queen + Single. We had a lovely meal at the Reflections restaurant on site, there was no mention on the website or the info in the room if there was a kids menu, but they do have one. A good variety on the kids menu too. There is a small cluster of shops about 500m down the road that we found useful as we had to do a quick trip to the chemist...good to know when you're travelling with small kids. It's a short drive to the airport, and they offer a shuttle service. We are back in Melbourne towards the end of the year, and no doubt we'll be back here then.

We chose this motel as we were catching a morning flight and wanted to be close to the airport the night before, but didn't think it was worth paying the price that is charged by hotels right at the airport. We had a room under the convention centre which is slightly away from the main area, and was spacious, clean and quiet. At first I thought we might get some traffic noise from the road outside but it was very quiet at night. The rooms have been recently renovated with a good bathroom and shower and a very comfortable bed. The motel is very busy, as to be expected being close to the airport but we were checked in quickly and the only minor issue was there was no breakfast menu/order sheet in our room, we had to go back to reception to get one. Room service breakfast is rather pricey so we opted for the buffet breakfast in the restaurant. Everything looked nice and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There are lots of people coming and going all the time so it probably is 'pot luck' whether that is happening close to your room or not, but being a bit further away under the convention centre meant we didn't have any parking out the front of our room and cars being started at odd hours. All up it was a good experience.

The hotel is close to the airport, but away from the airport in a quite neighborhood with shuttle service. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant setting is beautiful and the food was excellent. Our room was located in row of rooms away from the hotel entrance so we didn't have any traffic noise.

As the name suggest this is an Airport Hotel. There are lots of cars coming and going. People arriving late and departing early. So don't expect a peaceful sleep. The room was OK, clean and tidy. The bed was a bit lumpy. Tea & Coffee provided. Good hot water for the shower. You park your car outside the Motel room door.Might try somewhere else next time. I would prefer to get some sleep.

Bar stuff friendly and helpful Duty manager without flexibility, I was trying to change my dinner voucher for the breakfast and pay the additional difference In the morning I did order the hotel shuttle to T4, there was no shuttle on time, 20 min to late, than the reception stuff organised kitchen stuff to take me to the airport. The hotel shuttle can not to go to T4 and the lady was trying without any explanation to drop me of at other terminal. The end of the story I missed the flight!!!

During the weekend of the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne a colleague and I needed a room close to the airport and my favourite hotel was full but I managed to get a room at this Motel. It was quite expensive but we had no choice and were happy that they had an airport shuttle service and an onsite restaurant. Checked into the room at 2pm and it was a good size with two beds and a good sized well-fitted and clean bathroom, so we had everything we needed including free parking. I booked dinner when I checked in just in case it got busy later and was advised of a Happy Hour which kicked off about 17:00 so we headed to the bar for a glass of wine. We selected a New Zealand Chardonnay and the glasses were large, generously filled and cheap. Eventually we had a look at the menu and my colleague, who is Gluten and Dairy intolerant, selected a filet steak with whatever potatoes and veggies the chef could provide to suit his allergies. I ordered two entrées; a smoked salmon dish and a small dish of Arancini served in a tomato sauce. We were called to our table and the restaurant, which is bright and modern with floor to ceiling glass walls, was starting to fill up. We ordered a bottle of wine to have with dinner and that arrived promptly along with my first entrée which was delicious. Eventually the steak arrived and my second entrée so we were all set, however the steak looked overcooked but the only way to test it at this stage was to cut it open and see. It was way over-cooked, not medium as we had requested and as you know when you overcook a filet it ends up like boot leather. By now we had been in the restaurant close to an hour so we had to call the waitress and explain about the steak which should never have left the kitchen. She agreed and said that she thought the steak was overdone when she collected it to serve, but she served it anyway. We called the senior person in the restaurant who arrived promptly, apologised and immediately returned the steak to the chef. Considering the steak was almost the most expensive main on the menu the fact that it arrived with literally a paltry number of roasted potatoes and a few steamed vegetables, was unacceptable. It seems to me that some restaurants will happily publicise that they cater for Gluten and Dairy allergies but many simply cannot be bothered to provide a safe alternative to the regular fare - it's NOT that hard - really! A new, correctly cooked steak arrived eventually after I had to ask a waitress to check on its progress after about 20 minutes. By the time it arrived I had finished my second entrée. The waitress appeared to check everything was OK and to advise that all drinks on the bill were being supplied free of charge. We thanked her and really felt sorry for her having to deal with a Chef's error and we never saw anyone from the kitchen yet. Surely it should be within the capabilities of any quality restaurant to provide a correctly cooked steak and be a little more creative when it comes to dealing with food allergies? This was a poor experience handled very well by the restaurant staff and very poorly by the Chef and his team. On balance a good place to stay if you are travelling through Melbourne airport, excellent shuttle service, free parking and comfortable clean rooms but I wouldn't recommend the restaurant apart from the friendly staff.

We spent one night at the hotel after a very long flight from England. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful, which is so nice after a long flight. The room was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good and the waiting staff went above and beyond to look after us. Would definitely return to this hotel

My booking was handled professionally, as was the check in. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Bed was great. There was a desk for me to work on my laptop and room service/buffet breakfast was very good. Will definitely return.

I booked one night here whilst visiting friends in Australia, and thought it take the burden off them to sleep off the jet lag etc. The room was clean and comfortable which is really what you want especially at a cheap price and looking at the restaurant I was not expecting much. Well the food was outstanding, absolutely excellent quality. Between us we ordered a seafood platter, Singapore noodles, a chicken Parma, prawns and herb bread. All top restaurant quality. Finding fault as I like to do, the bar and restaurant close at 2130 which if you travel in late is not great. But safe to say that I would eat in the restaurant any day.

Just had a overnight here. Quiet and comfortable picked up at the airport excellent, checkin excellent., room clean and quiet with comfortable bed, had a great sleep. So close to the airport but no airport noise. Had dinner at the restaurant. I had the chicken parmigiana. Value for money and well done. I was full. Checked out this morning with the friendly staff. Bek Young is friendly and is quick with a joke. Will definitely be booking Airport motel & convention centre again

Let's start with the room was comfortable and bed. Tea and coffee were provided. This was convenient to Melbourne airport with free shuttle pick up. The restaurant was very expensive, but I guess they had a captive market and they took advantage of this. I was very disappointed with the price of $175 but it seemed to be one of the more reasonable places. Not a lot of options close to the airport under $150.

This Hotel was great for what we needed...1 parent traveling with 2 tired teenagers, just off a flight, minutes away from Andrews Airport Parking. Nothing fancy, but clean, quiet and comfortable beds.

Spent 1 night at this great motel before our early flight home next morning. Very close to airport with complimentary shuttle. Restaurant at the motel with extensive menu. Food very nice and generous serving. Room well appointed and quite large with 2 lounge chairs. Mattress a little firm but still comfortable. Would recommend this motel.

We stayed here overnight as a family, in a room with 3 bedrooms (two singles, one queen size). The room was a good size, and clean. The checkin process was straight forward, and we were able to park outside our room. The hotel is close to the airport, so useful as a stopover point. There was a little bit of noise over night from other patrons leaving at early times, but not enough to wake the younger ones.

From the outside this place does not look like anything special, but the rooms are excellent - newly renovated with very good furnishings and a beautiful, modern bathroom. All this plus just minutes from the airport with a shuttle service!

Stayed here overnight to get to the airport early and easily. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good; squid ink risotto was very good and came covered in shellfish and the broccolini side was excellent. Rooms are basic, but clean, spacious and adequate for a night or two.

Easy access, good facilities, clean and comfortable. Just what we needed for a one night stop over on our travels round the Melbourne area. Very helpful staff, giving restaurant suggestions and road directions for our onward journey.

I found Best Western Airport on the net when I was searching for a place to stay near the airport for an earlyish flight. I was also looking for somewhere to park the car for the 3 nights we were to be away. On their site I saw mention of car parking if flying and scratched my way through to find a price. Eventually I rang and was offered car accommodation for $8 per night for the nights we were away. Our room was excellent and well equipped. The motel provided a free shuttle bus service to the airport (about 20 to 30 mins) and came to get us when we called upon return. There is a restaurant and bar. Great service. Friendly helpful staff.

I've lost count how many times I have stayed here, it really is that good! This hotel is perfect for the airport, and I again utilised the hotel airport shuttle. It was quick, friendly and more importantly, free! As we generally stay for functions, I request a room near the function centre and my request is always met, thank you. The room is great value for money. It is clean, modern and comfortable. What makes this hotel is its amazing staff. Too often people in hospitality disregard how important their job is and what a difference a friendly smile and 'hello' can make. Not here. The staff are friendly, warm and you feel like they would actually really bend over backwards to help you if they could. So I hope they read this and know they are awesome! The food at the restaurant is lovely, service is friendly and quick. My only quip is that I feel it is overpriced by a dollar or two. We will gladly return. Thanks for yet another lovely stay.

We have stayed here a few times now. The check in is easy and efficient, staff friendly and the rooms we have stayed in have been spacious and great value. The parking at $8 per day is reasonable and shuttle bus is superb (starting at 4am). We had meals in the dining room an that too was enjoyable. Overall see our title. We recommend it.

A tad difficult to find, however they supply a shuttle bus to and from the airport. Large well appointed rooms and an excellent buffet breakfast, and free internet. They also have a restaurant and bar with a big open sunny dining area.

Booked this hotel for our first night and last night in Australia as a stop off to relieve us after our long haul from UK and also to prepare us before out return flights home. Staff we're all very pleasent and helpful. Both our stays were made very comfortable and the all process of arrival and checking out was very smooth. We ate breakfast and evening meals at the Reflection restaurant, breakfast was great and there was quite a good choice for evening but not a great deal for vegetarians, had 2 starters, but was good. The location was great to get to airport and the shuttle bus was an added bonus.

Arrived in Melbourne at midnight. Shuttle bus arrived promptly & we were settled into our room within 5 minutes of arrival at motel. Very efficient, rooms were great & they have a restaurant with buffet breakfast for $19. We decided to get some exercise before a long flight so wandered 5 mins down the road for coffee & breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Very reasonable prices also.

Every time I stay here the staff are very helpful and polite, facilities are fantastic the meals are always great and tasty, rooms are clean and tidy and wifi is excellent. Conference facilities are also excellent.

We ( 6 adults & 3 children) stayed here earlier this month on our way to Singapore and Bali. we booked three rooms, with free shuttle to and from the airport. the hotel delivered everything that it promised. we were picked up from the airport no problem and the check in was easy and smooth, all three rooms were nicely appointed, with comfortable beds, good quality tv ect, very good tea/coffee making facilities, and very nice bathrooms, the general cleanliness of the rooms was nothing short of outstanding, everything gleamed, chrome light fittings, bathroom fixtures, mirrors everything. in fact I will go so far as to say this was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, I would happily stay here again and i'm very happy to recommend this hotel.

Basic clean hotel good only for stays on your journeys before you flight or in between two flights connection. Typical cheap built rooms that you can find in all these type of hotels. Free shuttle pick up and drop off to and from airport.

We booked this Best Western because it was near the airport for our early morning flight. It was a little difficult to find but we made it! It is quite an expansive hotel. We had an easy check-in and our room was towards the back and the pool away from the road. It had a nice view out the front at the sunset. You drive right up to your room so there is no problem getting luggage in. Free parking. The room was very nice, clean, and efficient. The A/C was very quiet as well. We were fortunate and really had no noise to speak of in the evening and during the night. Although we didn't use it, it looked like there was a nice breakfast area as well as conference room facilities for business meetings and functions. It was a bit of a hike from our room to the main office and check-out but they were very efficient and we made it easily to the airport on time. A good value for staying ahead of a flight.

Picked this hotel because of its close proximity to the airport. Nice helpful staff on check in. Our room was clean and had all we needed for our short stay. Transport was provided to the airport which was quick and the driver was friendly and helpful.

Convenient to the airport and the rooms look to have been recently refurbished. The airport transfer was a good benefit, but local amenities are limited. Everything was clean and the bed linen was good. The rooms have black-out curtains but the light from under the door and the radio alarm and smoke detector make this benefit limited.

Enjoyed several nights of comfortable sleep in two rooms in this motel during work trips. Both rooms I stayed in were well appointed. Shower pressure and temperature were good. All the usual from Best Western, such as ample shampoo and soap, shower cap, hairdryer, extra blankets, linen, ie towels and face washers supplied. Wifi available. One room I stayed in was double room, and had plenty of space with lounge chair and coffee table alongside bed, while the other room a triple, with a double and single same room. Both were called comfy. Staff friendly.

We stayed here for one week. In that time the door key failed twice. The room was never fully cleaned or vacuumed. On the last day after the room had been serviced we returned to find pillows on the floor. It is a great location, and this spoiled it for us.

This motel is more than just a place to stay between flights. We were there for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. We had such an excellent dinner the first night that we went back the second night. Black rice seafood paella then seafood pasta. Both excellent. We also enjoyed the neighborhood around the motel. We walked up to the Westmeadows Country Bakery for breakfast both mornings and took a very enjoyable walk through the Westmeadows Reserve which was filled with wildflowers, birds and the song of frogs and waterfowl. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Mixed review due to our room location (Room 3) Positives: Clean room good size has everything you need including a reasonable priced mini bar and bathroom toiletries. Bed comfortable. Good location for airport Staff all lovely and service good Well priced for a night Negatives (and the main reason for 3 stars not 4) Rooms 1-7 are right near reception. We stayed in Room 3 which had NO soundproofing and I got barely any sleep due to the constant coming and going of guests and the courtesy bus. People rolling suitcases doors of cars/shuttle slamming and people talking with no respect to other guests. I am normally great sleeper too. My husband had finished night shift that morning so he slept through it surprisingly. I would only ever stay here if I was guaranteed a room away from reception. Room 3 was literally directly opposite reception and the shuttle bus. No good. Having stayed at other airport motels this was a huge negative the night before a long haul flight.

We waited an hour to get off the plane and so were very late arriving, the bus still came for us at 02.00 for which we were grateful. Fridge in our room was leaking and the floor was wet but we were too tired to complain then and there. They kindly gave us free breakfast to compensate.

The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. The food was superb and the chef was welcoming, cheerful and cheeky even at 9 o'clock at nite! The rooms were neat, tidy and clean. The bed wasn't as soft as I would like,but hey, I am a princess and do miss my expensive plush 50cm pillowtop mattress when away from home

We stayed two nights here and were happy with our stay. This is a motel style set up but wholly adequate for our needs. Very efficient, there is a shuttle service to and from the airport and reception is quick and efficient - the whole place is set up for jet-lagged travellers arriving at odd hours. There is a small restaurant which is fine for families but be careful to book because space is limited.

We stayed there recently for one night each two times. the staff was very helpful and tried to resolve any concerns. We had a problem with the pressure of water in the shower, they offered to change the room and did all that was possible. Good rooms. The location is perfect for a transit stay. The free shuttle to the airport is a bonus.

Stayed overnight prior to departure from Melbourne airport. Comfortable but not spectacular, but good bed, shower and TV. 24 hour reception and shuttle bus a real big plus. Restaurant food was really very good, albeit expensive. A surprise given the location!

Stayed here for two nights on a business trip. First off it is conveniently close to Melbourne airport. Second rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet, and spacious. Great restaurant and bar on premises. Recommended.

Recently stayed here when transiting through Melbourne for a snow trip. Must admit I booked this accommodation due to the price and free shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel impressed, all furnishings were modern and in very good condition. The bed was very comfortable and pillows were great. Front desk service was outstanding on every occasion and all other staff were cheerful, this really is a great place to stay when wanting to be somewhat (8 minutes) close to the airport.

I found the staff extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable with no noises to keep you awake at night. I had a pleasant stay. This hotel is a little out of the way but they have a shuttle bus that goes to and from the airport. There is a public transport bus right at the door that runs reasonably regularly and takes you to a train station that goes to the city. I had a 6 AM flight and the shuttle was ready to take me to the airport in plenty of time.

Really need to look at the quality of your bath towels some of which are thin and have fraying edges. Not a good impression for such a great Motel. Apart from that, we are very impressed and happy to stay here. Very comfy, clean rooms, great restaurant and very friendly and helpful staff. The courtesy bus is a big bonus for guests. Will definitely stay there again. This was our second stay actually.

Due to increasing prices, at the two hotels located closest to the airport, we decided to give the Best Western Airport Motel & Convention Centre a try, We are glad that we did - it was amazing value for money. We booked a stay and park package (one night/ ten days) which cost us less than just the accommodation would have elsewhere. We found the rooms to be clean, spacious and well appointed; the staff welcoming, friendly and efficient. The shuttle service to/from the airport was readily available, with our car conveniently waiting when we got back. The restaurant menu was reasonably extensive, with several smaller meal options available. Servings were generous and prices as expected for Melbourne/Airport dining. The wine list was also reasonable extensive and prices were less than expected. We will definitely be back next time we are flying!

Had an overnight stay , room was old ,but very clean, bed was really comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, free shuttle service to the airport, very prompt,great service, we never had a meal but had a restaurant and offered room service.

We arrived having driven over 12 hours from Katoomba. We were overnighting so we could pick-up our father from the airport in the morning and continue our trip of eastern Australia. The check-in seemed to be fair more complicated than it needed to be and didn't seem to be overly friendly or efficient. That's somewhat surprising given the nature of the business but recognizing that the motel's focus is more on airport departures/arrivals that could be forgiven as there were many comings and goings. Then again that happens at many hotels, doesn't it. We simply wanted a room and a bite to eat. As the restaurant was closing soon, surprisingly early for a Friday night, the service and the food seemed to take forever to arrive as I think everything had been set-up for nap time. Not top notch for sure. The food itself was tasty but expensive. I expected more from a motel geared to for the client in transit.

If you need a hotel near Melbourne airport and do not want to spend the big bucks, this is a great option. Only a few minutes from the airport, it is tucked away in the quiet suburbs of Attwood. It has a airport courtesy bus, hreat restaurant and only a short drive to the AQIS centre. Polite and friendly staff, clean & modern rooms.

We picked this because of a couple of reasons, car parking, restaurant with "dinner special" and proximity to airport. I've stayed at places across the world and this was without doubt, the worst nights sleep ever. - DO NOT get a room numbered from 1 to about 10. The shuttle bus runs 24 hrs a day at 1/2 hr intervals. It pulls up outside reception adjacent and proceeds to bang doors and offload ignorant tourists that seemingly cant figure out that its dark at 2am and people might be sleeping. All reception offered was an apology. How about telling them when still on the bus to be quiet? - to top off the location, room 3 didnt have a weather seal on the door, meaning i had to jam a notepad into the door frame to stop it rattling in a minor wind. Supposedly it was soundproofed according to reception. Go figure... - the restaurant food was good but $36 for parmi and chips is not high end. Its gouging. Dont mind paying top dollar but when i can get this plus a pot of beer at a third of the price elsewhere, this is over the top. - the "dinner special" amounted to a $15 discount. I'd have gladly given them the $15 and then some for uninterrupted sleep. Wasnt worth the discount

This hotel is lovely and the staff wonderful but If you are here for more than one night make sure the management do not put you in rooms 1 to 10. The airport transfer bus loads right outside these rooms. Most mornings people start getting on the busses around 4am. Last night it was 2am. I understand how excited most people are going on a holiday but they really should be considerate and keep the noise to a minimum.

Service was excellent in the restaurant with very friendly and accommodating staff and the food was apsolutly brilliant. Hats off the chef. Rooms are comfortable and offer free wifi and pay tv and are serviced daily.

What more can I say? Will recommend unreservedly. The room was lovely, spotless, comfortable and quiet, beds very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is handy to Tullamarine in a quiet area. Free airport shuttle was prompt and both drivers were absolute gentlemen. Cannot recommend highly enough. Enjoy your time there.

Came in for dinner, atmosphere was lovely, and the service was amazing, didn't stay at the motel drove past last night and thought we'll pop in. Very quiet place to enjoy the bit of time away from the busy city.

Stayed here tonight and the room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The customer service was terrible. Front desk at check in Tess the receptionist was rude and not friendly and really needs to be friendly as for this reason I will not return.

Great motel ideally located near airport. Some rooms are freshly renovated and very quiet. The food at the restaurant is surprisingly good with a decent wine list. There is a free shuttle service (very convenient).

Have stayed at another chain overnight before an early morning flight but they were full so I booked best western. What a delightful surprise. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. You have all the amenities you want and it's highly affordable. The room service was excellent and menu varied and interesting. The shuttle driver was polite helpful and informative. Will be staying here again .

Great easy location to airport and shuttle service to and from very convenient. Staff at reception very polite and helpful, room clean and tidy with decent furniture and comfy bed. Room service issue......I ordered late at 9.20pm and food arrived at 10.45pm and only after 2 calls inquiring as to the arrival time. This was annoying but my only issue with the stay.

We always stay here when traveling, it is so close to the airport and free bus which is great. The breakfast is really nice and the staff serving breakfast are just lovely. The rooms are clean and really comfortable bed. Great shower to which is important to me.

The motel clearly shows the age and in need of a complete refurbishment. The rooms are old and tired. The beds are no comfortable and worn out. The proximity to the airport is the only plus really. Try to avoid staying there if you can, but if you have to fly out at 6 am, then it can be a tolerable choice.

Great service at the restaurant and at reception. Sheldon at reception especially helpful and polite whilst wait staff extremely polite and quick with service also. Food is decent, but not huge variety for younger kids but still very nice.

Came here on business a few months ago, and although the staff were good, being a massive foodie, I was highly disappointed in the food and presentation was below average. Told myself never book here again. The other day, due to other places booked out, I was forced to stay once more, and I was glad I did! The food was fantastic, a massive improvement. My Angus beef steak I ordered medium rare was cooked to perfection, mouthwatering, upon a clean plate brilliantly presented My go to hotel accommodation in Melbourne, just for the food.

We often travel via Tullamarine, and on too many occasions the arrival or departure of a flight makes it hard because we need to travel from Bendigo. Unfortunately the hotels at the airport are either expensive or pretty ordinary. This one offers peaceful rooms and a shuttle service. It makes it so easy. An added bonus, great breakfast and good quality coffee. This accidental discovery has become our go to place when needed.

Nice and close to airport, comfortable room, price value for money, walking distance to pub and restaurants, staff friendly and helpful, great that there was a shuttle to airport less than only 15 minutes away, transit made very easy, driver dropped right outside the right terminal

We have stayed at Best Westerns all over and we were delighted that on a search for accommodation close to Tullamarine Airport that this one came up. As I had left it a bit late to book online I phoned to book and reception could not have been more helpful despite the very early hour. We were running late that evening and phoned ahead to say we would not arrive until 10.30pm. Again very pleasant at reception which is staffed 24 hours.. Check in was a breeze ,and with clear directions on how to find the room from reception which was excellent as it is a very big motel and it was teeming rain.The room was large, comfortable and I have to say absolutely spotlessly clean - wow - compliments to the cleaning staff. It was a cold night but the ac heated up the room beautifully in minutes.Despite the fact the airport is only minutes drive away it was whisper quiet in the room. The bed was really comfy with lovely crisp clean linen. Great shower too. All in all a 5 star experience. Unfortunately as we had to be at the airport for 5.30am we missed out on breakfast . Would definitely stay here any time !

This would have to be the cleanest motel room that we have stayed in. The staff are professional, approachable, helpful and friendly, so 5 stars for customer service which is extremely hard to find. This is a great motel 1--15 minutes bus ride away from Melbourne. The hotel bus will pick you up and drop you off. We stayed there as we had a connecting flight and one night to kill. The rooms were well furnished with all the usual supplies. Unfortunately the outdoor pool is not heated, but this is a great setting with palm trees and lots of birdsong greeted us in the morning. the best feature of this place is the wonderful meal we had; we were sceptical about the quality of hotel food but this meal was truly superb, and we got to thank the (modest) chef personally. Great place to stay if passing through

There is a huge car park but we were able to park our rental car right in front of our room. The room was cozy looking and big enough for our needs. There was a big flat screen tv, fridge, coffee set, luggage rack and two huge arm chairs. The shower room was spacious and well appointed. There is breakfast (payable/ included depending on your rates) served in a pretty dining room which also offered other meals. Most important to us, it is just a few minutes' drive to the airport, with service stations en route.

I have been here for dinner many times.. a friend says the best steak. The service here is excellant, the staff are very friendly and are eager to please. The atmosphere is pleasant. Quite a good menue prices are average...nice place.

Stayed recently for one night, found place easily actually by accident. Checked in while waiting for my wife to arrive from UK, restaurant okay very noisy with older travellers you get ones not do bad, given nice cold water to drink ordered a beer mmmm. Had oysters Kilpatrick very nice. Then we both had mains very large. Room not bad, big comfy, good shower, now room service chef didn't turn up, so had to do with kitchen/hotel staff and I don't think they had actually cooked anything in there lives before. Eggs looked like they had been BBQd everything else thrown on plate,complained to Head of House Keeping.....breakfast was then taken from our bill.

After arriving late on a Friday night we booked into the Best Western without any fuss. We were so pleased with our room! The bathroom and shower was huge and very clean, it looked recently renovated. The king sized bed was beautifully comfortable which was great as we were really tired. We would happily stay again if flying through.

Very helpful front desk staff going beyond to make the stay pleasant. Found a room for a very early chech-in. Could catch up on sleep in well darkened room whic was also quite. Shuttle service always appreciated and reliable.

We initially booked here because it was close to the airport and had free parking. What a great decision. Easy book in then we went to the room - on opening the door I was speechless. I have never in all our travels come across such a clean welcoming motel room. It had all we needed, it was clean, warm and spacious. We were there for just one night on the first visit so before we left we went for breakfast...what a treat. Friendly staff welcomed us, there were many choices for breakfast including a cooked breakfast. As to the coffee...wow, really good. We returned before we left Australia for two nights and it was just as good

Booked this Hotel based upon reviews and it was WONDERFUL! The king size bed had a comfy mattress with some o the best pillows ever at a hotel. The lighting and heating/AC was outstanding. Lots of power outlets everywhere. The bathroom and shower was large with a nice shower that was high enough for my 6 ft 5 inch frame.The dinner was outstanding in a beautiful three sided window room with lots o small lights that look you were eating under a star lit night. Close to the airport but completely quiet. Loved this Best Western'

I like to stay here when visiting family in Melbourne. The door to door free airport shuttle bus is a bonus. The rooms are quiet and modern, the beds are comfortable. The restaurant has good service and food. I have stayed at other Melbourne airport hotels/motels and this one ticks all the boxes for me.

I've stayed here several times, and it's always very good. This time my room was located on the ground floor under the convention centre, and it was better than I anticipated. It appears that these rooms have recently been renovated. The bed was comfortable and all the necessary amenities are present. Dinner was lovely and the breakfast options were also great - though neither can be considered cheap.

Found myself stuck at Melbourne airport and a cancelled flight at 7pm at night a very bad situation to be in travelling solo and not knowing anything about how hotels operate when flights are cancelled. Was booked this hotel by visit Victoria desk downstairs at airport the last room. At $217 a night very expensive and not a happy camper out of pocket. The shuttle bus were terrific the room spotless shower wonderful full mini bar I had room service as well very nice and extremely cheap. Staff wonderful. Only stayed probably 10 hours in the place I did hear people moving suitcases outside and the planes but was no bother. Would I stay again under different circumstances yes as it was very convenient door to door service just book well in advance and get a good price.

I only needed a bed for the night after arriving in the evening from Dubai and travelling on the next morning. The room was booked by phone from the airport and the shuttle bus picked me up 5 minutes later! The room I had (room 35) was your typical old school motel room which had undergone a little facelift but was still a bit tired. It was clean and comfortable however and was all I needed for the night. The shuttle bus dropped me of right on time the next morning. I would recommend this place for overnight stays near the airport.

We stayed for one night on our way out of Melbourne. It is so convenient to the airport and you can leave you car there at a low price and catch the airport shuttle that goes often. Room was clean and well maintained. Not particularly modern but quiet and peaceful. It is ideally situated if you are visiting Melbourne being close to the freeway or live on the eastern side of Melbourne and just cant face battling your way throught the traffic for an early morning flight!

We booked 3 rooms for a one night stay as it is near the airport. The place is situated in a friendly and nice neighborhood. You feel safe and at home. The reception is friendly. Shops and restaurants are available nearby although they are small setup. The rooms are clean and of good size. All are equipped adequately. Parking is near the rooms. However, the restaurant is open at 5pm onwards. Overall, it'll be very convenient for anyone flying in or out of Melbourne.

We had another great stay at the Best Western Airport Motel and Convention Centre. We live in North East Victoria so this motel is ideally located on the outskirts of Melbourne close to the airport. Reasonably priced, clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast. We stayed in a room close to the swimming pool which was really quiet and it's great being able to park your car right in front of your room.

We find the location and transfer to airport service excellent. Previous stay were upgraded to better unit but found the basic unit this time quite acceptable. Will stay here again. Pick up from airport service was prompt.

This is the best Best Western hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms were very clean, good water pressure, and very friendly staff! The rooms have mini bars in them. The wifi worked great everywhere I went. The room we stayed in even had three beds. They give you plenty of towels and pillows. It is only a few minutes from the airport and they provide you with a shuttle.

The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. Staff are friendly. My meal at the restaurant was good. Overall it's good value for money. My only hesitation in recommending this hotel is that I found my room to be somewhat noisy and was awakened early by the airport shuttle and other guests.

The hotel was a perfect start to our long weekend away. Close to the airport a shuttle service and parking made easy by the location. The only complaint was some late night noise of other hotel guests returning late to their room. The beds in our room could be updated.

Single night prior to departing on an early flight the following day. Thought I would make it easier on wife and son by staying close to airport (we live in rural town 90 minutes away) As a frequent traveler for business I stay in a lot of motels, and whilst the welcome was present on arrival and the room was clean and tidy the beds were way to soft. So soft that you disappear into the mattress the pillows lacked any substance and reminded me of airline pillows. Very little sleep was gained and at $200 for the night it was very expensive

Good quality, quiet, comfortable, clean, well equiped rooms. Good conference facilities. Good food. Airport pick up and drop off as required / desired. Nice dining room - reasonable choices and great breakfast. Local bus to CBD across the road. Have stayed several times for meetings and conferences - aways good.

Motel is nice and staff are friendly, However I stayed in room 1 and it was right next to where the airport shuttle bus pick up and drop off spot is. People are heading to the airport ALL hours of the night and don't care that Im trying to sleep. I would stay here again but NEVER in room 1,2,3,4 its to close to this shuttle bus spot. The Motel should really think about moving the shuttle bus location. Thanks.

Only stayed a night before our flight. The hotel is pretty much out in the sticks but good enough location to the airport with a shuttle (the reason we stayed there). It is pretty nice though the restaurant is overpriced and underwhelming - food made both of our party feel sick. As for staff, they were odd - made both of us feel uncomfortable at any request.

We have used these guys on a number of occasions now and the last two times has been less then average. We arrived back in Melb today 8th May and had to wait 45minutes for the bus to come pick us u from the airport. In that time we seen at least 6 jetport, 4 busy beaver, and 4 Andrews buses and still no best western. After 3 calls to reception and the bus just driving past us it came and not even an apology for the delay. I think we will be looking for somewhere else to go

So noisy it's like the walls were made of paper. We could hear our neighbouring rooms guests on the phone, boiling the kettle and getting up at 430am talking, packing their car etc. so awful as we really needed a good sleep. On a good note the buffet breakfast was awesome & the staff in the restaurant friendly & helpful.

Stayed here for a few nights whilst working locally. Comfy clean and relatively quiet rooms walk in shower. Tea and coffee facilities flat screen telly. No gym though. Busy airport shuttle too Restaurant was a surprise reasonable food at not bad prices.

We've stayed at this hotel 3 times before early flights it's a decent option with rooms quieter than the budget options right at the airport. Our room was clean and quiet. Wake up calls were delivered on time and the free airport shuttle ran on time but you do need to book it the night before as it does book out. There are a small group of shops within walking distance if you need anything last minute or snacks. Check in and check out were efficient and rooms were available immediately. They can also offer car parking for the duration of your trip at competitive rates. A good airport choice.

A little bit away from airport but shuttle bus runs regularly. We flew in late at night and we were hungry - no food options nearby, so be prepared for that. We initially booked a room with a balcony on our first night here, and got a ground floor room in the renovated block...it had a balcony, but no door to get onto it. We changed rooms, and got the balcony, but we were frustrated and over it by this time. We were also staying here on our way home from our holiday as we were leaving our car there and flying in late at night. We chose to book a cheaper room (twin superior) for our return, and it was just as good as the more expensive option, if not better - ground level, and away from all the noise.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. An upgrade was given upon check-in. The room was comfortable. Close walking distance to a pub and shops. Bus service outside doors to the train station to go into Melbourne.

We stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions - the night before we left for Tasmania and the night we returned. The staff was very helpful; they waited patiently for our on-line booking to go through when we found a lower room rate on-line. The hotel stored our excess luggage for one night at no charge, saving us from schlepping extra bags on our short excursion. The shuttle service to/from the airport was convenient and expeditious. On both occasions the room was clean, and we liked having in-room mini-fridge and tea service available.

Others have mentioned this motel's proximity to Melbourne airport, and with an early morning flight onto Auckland as the final leg out to see our grandchildren, it made the perfect choice. The motel provides a 24 hour minibus shuttle back and forth to the airport with the drivers, James, Tom and in particular, Mike offering helpful tips and advice to ensure that we made the most of our 2 nights stay in the Victorian capital. Our stay in one of the units was comfortable from the word go, as we arrived off a very long-haul with Emirates at 10am well before the official booking in time of 2pm, and we were promptly shown to our room where we fell fast asleep until late afternoon, ( no charge). We chose to use the motel's dining on both nights, with the first night's seafood liguinie a real standout, as Melbourne is ridiculously expensive in all the bars and restaurants. This avoided the need to use dirty Southern Cross railway station in Flinders Street late at night when catching the grossly expensive Skybus back to the airport, for the motel's prompt and reliable free shuttle back to our accommodation.The staff and management were particularly helpful and informative. This is exactly what it says, a motel, with ground floor rooms around a car park. Car doors and room doors opening and closing until the early hours. Unfortunately I had to leave for a very early flight and had only had about 2 hrs sleep. Reception staff were helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. Could not adjust the height of the shower as it was impossible to tighten the wing nut sufficiently, so showered with one hand whilst holding the shower head in position with the other. Toilet seat had not been fitted properly and would not stay up. Very unlikely I would stay here again due to the noise.

Great location for the airport, in a nice area and good wee pub within walking distance for bistro dinner. Room clean, well presented and bed comfy. Would recommend for someone wanting close to airport.

Having previously stayed in a "Budget" hotel near another airport, for just a slight increase in cost this hotel, the in room facilities, the restaurant and free airport shuttle service make this hotel a far superior option. Just 15 minutes by the free shuttle bus to the airport, the service was excellent. Bags carried to the room, a great meal in the hotel restaurant...well done chef my seafood linguine was excellent...this is a no brainer for a pre flight accomodation.

Most people stay a airport motels because they're planning to use the airport, and we were no exception. At this point in the trip, it's more about utility than luxury or sight-seeing. This property is comfortable and clean enough, if a little rough around the edges. It doesn't exceed or frustrate expectations for its segment except in a couple areas. The paid internet was atrocious -- some piece of routing equipment is not behaving correctly, as the wireless signal is plenty strong, but connections get dropped and then re-established in a never-ending cycle with a period of about a minute. On the other hand, I ordered what I thought were some rather "ambitious for a motel restaurant" room service meals like lamb chops and barramundi, and they were pretty fantastic. I mean -- really really good! Also, the complementary airport shuttle service was punctual and well-run. It's not the proverbial Ritz, but it is pretty much the proverbial airport Best Western... with a great kitchen.

We stayed here one night after landing in Christchurch. It was fine, clean, comfortable and convenient for the airport. They provide a speedy free shuttle service to and from airport which was helpful.

The second time we have stayed here. Reception excellent. Room tidy and clean. Like most motels it appears they are not prepared to employ a quality tiler to repair the bathrooms. Broken tiles, shabby repair and finish. We slept well in a comfortable bed and quiet room. The restaurant meal was excellent. Wonderful flavours complimented with lovely wine. Shuttle to the airport is very reliable, though the wake up call did not happen. We will stay again. Cheers.

Typical of a drive in motel in a suburban area. The advantage of this motel is the proximity to Melbourne Airport and the fact that we can avoid driving through Melbourne City itself. The rooms looked like it had been recently renovated, so it was fresh looking and had the modern amenities like free Wi-Fi, TV, bar, etc. The room was clean when I checked in, beds were made. Thought the sound insulation wasn't very good as you could hear your neighbour, thankfully they went to bed pretty early and wasn't particularly noisy. The pool area looked a little sad though. Check-in or out was easy and front office staff was friendly. My only unhappiness during my stay there was that housekeeping went into my room despite a "Do Not Disturb" sign and the housekeeping staff forgot to pull the door shut after cleaning the room. Luckily, nothing was taken from the room but this makes you wonder if the do not disturb sign meant anything at all.

Our stay here was very ordinary. The room was very noisy and the walls must have been paper thin, we could actually hear the guest next door snoring, not to mention all the other noises such as shower, toilet flushing conversations etc etc. Very disappointing stay. Also being called the Airport motel, I was expecting it to be right near the airport, but it was about a 7km drive to airport!! Kicking myself when we saw the motels at the actual airport!!

I stayed here on my first night in Australia. After a late night arrival I especially appreciated the shuttle transportation from the airport -- easy to find, pleasant driver, fast arrival at the motel. My check-in was instant and my room was pleasant, clean, quiet, with wifi. My only disappointment was that the swimming pool was not up and running, but the morning after my arrival was too chilly to swim anyway.

This is the second time of staying here before returning to the UK. Very comfortable room, lovely food and good wine, friendly and really helpful staff with efficient transfer to airport. Great value for money.

A comfortable stay. This is a large motel.The nearby Hotel was a good meal. Free WIFI and not too noisy. Although people come and go at odd hours for the airport and you can be woken if it's next door.The motel restaurant was on reduced service.

Rooms were basic, location in the middle of nowhere, but 10min from airport. No options for dinner but the restaurant.... but WOW!! Best Paella, great wine, great service. What a find. Loved the food.

While staff were excellent the bed and pillows were very hard & not comfortable so didn't have a good nights sleep We stayed & paid for the package that included 7 days car storage and shuttle to and from Melbourne airport Drop off was OK as they have set times to leave Returning wasn't OK we phoned as per instruction & waited but after 30 minutes & no pickup we called again then after another 20 minutes FINALY after nearly an hour of standing around they turned up dropping other passengers off Definitely won't stay here again

Great facilities and the pool is nice. Restaurant looked expensive for what it was (although we didn't visit it). The wifi was very poor but the rooms were clean and staff attended to any needs we had. Again, although we didn't use it, the free airport shuttle bus is a great advantage.

The family and I stayed here before we fly in the morning. Pretty centre location. 10 minutes to the airport. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Parking out the front of the room and free wifi. The front office staff we very friendly and helpful.

Room was worn but very clean. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The hotel staff were welcoming and assisted when needed. The restaurant provided good food and drink options and we enjoyed a light dinner with drinks. The area was quiet and afforded the environment for a good night's sleep.

Nice to have the free shuttle but you have to call the motel for airport pickup when you arrive. Bit of a drive, about 15 minutes but great facilities. Quick check in, pleasant staff, large room, very clean, kettle, tea and coffee and cookies, stocked mini bar if you want to purchase some items. Booked the shuttle for the next morning to the airport, arrived early, nice and efficient.

Have stayed at Best Western Airport Hotel near Melbourne Airport many times over the last 10 years.Always clean,staff are very helpful.Would not choose anywhere else to stay when needing to stay overnight before an early morning flight.

It's located 15 minutes away from Melbourne airport and they offered 24-hour free shuttle service so this was the key reason why we stayed there as we had a late night flight and an early flight the following day. We waited about twenty minutes for the shuttle bus at the airport which I hope they could be quicker next time (so call them once your plane is on the taxiway if you only have carryon). This is more like a motel and the rooms were reasonably large but was clean. The TV is large. Bathroom was clean. No mould spotted. Furnishing and decor a bit weird but passable. Free computer to use with printer at the lobby which was handy. Free wifi included. Will stay again if we only have a few hours to stay overnight and needed to get to the airport quick fast. Price is on the expensive side for what it's worth though, as nothing really stood out apart from its location.
