« Great breakfast, good rooms and great price »

This hotel is so close to Disneyland (over the crosswalk and to the right...maybe a 5 minute walk to Disney gates), has very decent rooms and a great breakfast! The breakfast is more than a continental breakfast...scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, cereal, yogurt, etc!

    « Awesomeness »

My family and I had a great experience. The staff were exceptional. They were courteous, helpful, friendly and professional. Customer service was beyond amazing. Other then the rooms being a bit out dated, it was still a very comfortable stay and I would definitely recommend this property.

« Across the street from Disneyland »

This is the fourth property that I've stayed at across the street from Disneyland and was my favorite. It's clean, the beds are comfortable and wasn't very noisy as we didn't hear any neighbors through the walls throughout our stay. The decor is a little outdated, but it wasn't a big issue for us. Besides the 5 minute walk to the park, parking is included as is breakfast which are both big perks. The breakfast room is on the third floor (some other reviews have noted it being loud underneath, so if you want to avoid that, ask not to be in rooms 201, 202 and 203). We were in room 206 on the second floor, so it was a quick walk up the stairs to get there and it wasn't noisy at all. They have a good amount of options including both hot and cold. The hot options varied on the days we were there, but included scrambled eggs, sausage patties, pancakes and french toast sticks. Cold items included cereal, pastries, bagels, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. They also had juice, water, coffee and tea. The food itself was pretty average, but it's hard to complain when you're not paying any extra for it. It's also great to start off your morning with a big breakfast before heading to the parks. Also, if you plan on bringing water bottles into the parks, you can also fill them up here with cold water. We also used the pool one afternoon and we were the only ones there. The pool is small, but since it was only us it was plenty big. They also have a hot tub and outdoor showers and a bathroom too. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again on our next Disneyland vacation.

« excellent value; very convenient »

We stayed here 3 nights. We had a week of events planned in the SF area. It was an affordable UBER ride into the city and from there we took all public transportation with ease. Some reviews on this hotel don't give this property justice. It is a bit dated BUT the property is very well kept and completely clean!! The food at the on site restaurant was very good and the bar staff was enjoyable! Thanks Rosa! The front desk was superb and helped us with a city tour. Great free shuttle to the airport. We highly recommend you book direct through the Best Western website and you should become a member of BW. It is free to join and we for sure got the best price based on what were heard from other guests at the front desk. (Sorry 3rd parties.) McDonalds across street for convenience as well as an IHOP, gas station, and Houlihan's all walking distance.

    « Great location »

I stayed at this hotel with my adult kids and found it to be perfect. Great location right across the street from Disneyland. Breakfast was great with eggs sausage and assortied items. Great coffee. Bed were comfy. The only downside might be the parking. We did find a spot but once we found it we did not want to leave and lose it. Parking is a little tight but loved this hotel and would stay there again.

    « Excellent Hotel »

Excellent place to stay. Across the street from Disneyland and some good eateries. Breakfast selection was plentiful with a selection of eggs, ham / sausage, potatoes, waffles / pancakes pastries and more. Nice room with all the amenities. Would recommend. Just don't leave a wake up call with the front desk lady at night or try to use the in room phone. Set the alarm clock.

    « Large Family Vacation »

My family of twelve went to Disneyland. This hotel offered all that we needed. It was within walking distance to Disney and several restaurants. We were able to get three rooms close together, the breakfast was really good, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We were all very pleased and would recommend staying here.

    « Always a pleasure »

Whenever I plan a trip to Disneyland I book my rooms at the Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn. Not only is it in a perfect location (right across the street), but the staff and the breakfast are wonderful. Elizabeth at the front desk is the best!

    « Bring Ear Plugs »

When checking into hotel, TELL reception staff to not put you in 201!!!!! This room is directly underneath the breakfast buffet lounge. You'll be woken up promptly at 6am with noises from chairs being dragged across floor. People running or walking very heavily across the room. These noises go for 4hrs till 10am. So if you want to something besides an alarm clock to get you out of bed, request this room; otherwise avoid it like THE PLAGUE!!!!! I would've given an overall rating for this hotel/motel 4-stars for the value and proximity to Disneyland. BUT the fact I wasn't informed/warned about the 4-HRS of noise I would be subjected to brought it down to 2-star/slightly below average overall rating.

    « Disneyland trip »

This hotel is directly across the street from Disneyland. It is under renovation so be aware of limited rooms available. The parking lot is designed to allow the cars for each room not the additional construction trash/equipment. If you need a wheel chair during your stay at Disneyland I would recommend having it delivered to the hotel. You will add to the comfort of the person needing the wheelchair. Disneyland wheelchairs do not go to downtown Disney or off property.

« The place to stay if visiting Disney Land »

We booked into this motel for five days with our two granddaughters for our three day visit to Disney. The motel is situated across the road from the Disney Park with an easy ten minute walk to the main entrances. The motel has a good swimming pool, complete with beach sized towels for personal use. If required, a very clean laundry (coin operated) is available. A generous hot or cold breakfasts are included its rates. The ever popular Denny's restaurant and other restaurants are all in close proximity.

« Good breakfast, prompt service, okay rooms, value for money »

Just across the street from the Disneyland gate. 1. the complimentary breakfast spread is really good. From bagels, to pastries fruits and yogurt and waffles they had it all. You can sit on the balcony in case it gets too hot inside. 2. The rooms were big but a bit shady for my liking. 3. The bathrooms were clean but small and has a bit of a water logging issue. 4. however the stuff was very prompt and resolved the problems. Good value for money hotel.

    5
    « Great value »

This hotel is a great value for the money and location among other things. It is located about 100 mts from Disney's entrance. The breakfast included is great and perfect for starting your day before entering Disney. The staff is very helpful and you can use the pc to print your boarding pass or plane ticket etc. With no extra charge. You can notice that the hotel has been refurnished. The cleanliness is great. I would recommend this hotel.

« our stay with Best Western Plus »

Well, my family and I were very excited to make our way to USA< a trip of a lifetime, hence trying to find a accommodation for my family of 6 was at first daunting. I always like to plan in advance and so off I went to find the best accommodation. The reason why I chose this place was because it was just across the road from Disneyland. Way too easy and so convenient. We were very happy about the service received and we loved it. The unit was clean and tidy! The only thing that we felt it was strange was trying to figure out how to work the shower took awhile to get used to, which was abit annoying and time consuming but other than that we are looking forward to staying there again because who wants to travel far just to get to one of the most amazing places to see.

    5
« Great place to stay »

My family and I stayed here for five nights while visiting Disneyland, Disneyland California Adventure, and Universal Studios. Loved it! Great customer service, clean rooms, free hot breakfast, and super close to the Disneyland entrance... what's not to love? The front desk personnel was able to accommodate an early check-in. Housekeeping always did a good job. Our housekeeper would arrange the kids' stuffed animals so nicely on the beds; that really amused the kids. When our toilet clogged, maintenance came within five minutes after we called. Every worker always greeted my family and me with a smile and "good morning" or "hello." I would definitely stay here again.

    5
    « Walk to Disneyland »

5 minute walk to Disneyland. Hotel is situated that if your room is on the top floor you can see the fireworks from Disneyland without leaving the hotel grounds. Short trek to Denny's Restaurant or McDonald's, which we eat at before going to Disneyland. Much cheaper than eating in the parks. You can take a shuttle from LAX to the front door of this hotel-skip the rental car if you are only going to the parks. Great breakfast, great pool. There is also a 2 room suite available.

    5
« Great Location, clean and comfortable »

Family of 6 had 2 adjoining rooms in September and can't complain the rooms where nice and clean, beds were comfortable and the location for Disneyland and California Adventure Park was great. Service was good, pool was clean and gym was only small but handy still. Would definitely stay here again if we were looking for something in the area.

    5
« Great Location, Breakfast and Staff »

Pros: Easy walk back from the Disney Parks to rest up. Simple, but has everything you need. Good variety at breakfast to get the day started. Well lit at night. Con: Parking is tight! Walls are very thin, could hear people next door having conversations late at night.

    2
    « Don't stay here »

Don't stay at this hotel you will be very disappointed with the rooms and the staff seems to like lying to the guests. The bathrooms had bugs in them. Only positive was the breakfast and the breakfast staff.

    5
« Ideal location, Bonus Facilities, Excellent Staff! »

Ideal if visiting Disneyland (5 minute walk), bonus gym, outside pool and jacuzzi. Great choice at breakfast and parking is available. Local shops and restaurants also with great choice. The staff go the extra mile, phoning the room daily to see if everything is ok and if you need anything, I've never witnessed this anywhere else. Would definitely stay here again. If you were asking me to pick any gripe, the beds could be comfier, but thats only if you were asking.

« Wonderful customer service with close proximity to Disneyland »

Went to Disneyland with a friend and her daughter. We had a wonderful time, excellent breakfast every morning and most importantly such a short walk across the street to Disneyland. Rooms we're clean and well kept. I appreciate the follow up call after our stay to make sure our room change/upgrade worked for us - it really did! Thank you Best Western, we will be back!

« Great Value and Great Location »

We stayed here for 7 nights for the Disneyland Half Marathon in the 2 room King suite. The room was newly updated with brand new bedding (which was extremely comfortable). A very spacious room, clean and great value. The location was also perfect, especially after long days at Disney, it was great to be able to walk across the road to the hotel. Check-in was a very smooth and quick and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and spa area were great (especially after running the half marathon), the area is a little smaller then some hotels but does the job. Breakfast was also great, plenty of hot and cold options which were constantly been topped up by the staff. The only con I have is that although it is a 2 room suite there isn't a door separating the 2 rooms, not a big deal but just something to be aware of. We will definitely return to this hotel on one of our future Disney trips.

    4
    « Ideal for Disney »

10 min walk from downtown Disney. Free car parking. Nice outdoor pool area. Garage next door that sells beers and ciders, ideal for relaxing with near the pool. Simple breakfast provided. Rooms clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. We travelled from Vegas that day and the trafic wasnt as bad as we had allowed for. We where allowed to check in 2 hours early. As everyone was at Disney the hotel was really quiet during the day Would stay again if in the area

    4
« Excellent hotel for Disney »

We stayed here for three nights whilst visiting Disneyland and were very happy with our choice. It is opposite the parks so super easy to walk to. The longest park of the walk is waiting for the pedestrian lights to go green!! Parking was free which was rare in the area so a great bonus. The breakfast was fine, it had a good selection but we preferred the ihop next door! The room was large and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would happily return.

« Great place to stay while at Disney! »

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the distance to Disneyland was perfect! An easy walk, especially after a long day. The breakfast was very nice, the pool is clean and was nice to cool off in after a long day. The employees were all very kind and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again. The only downside was the beds, not very comfortable at all.

    5
    « Great Location! »

My friend suggestion we stay here and I'm so glad she did. We were only doing a short disneyland stay and for a little bit more money, than one night on property, we stayed here TWO nights. It made getting into the park so much easier. We drove down on Friday night, stayed the night, got up and went to Disneyland on Saturday. We left the park during nap time, got our hands stamped, and went to the Denny's near the hotel. There was also an IHOP and other places super close by. We ate at IHOP too (I actually think that was right by the hotel). We ate lunch off property and then relaxed at our hotel for a bit before going back out later with our toddler. Everyone at the hotel was super nice. If we had stayed on property at Disney it would have ended up costing us more money. I think we'll do that when she's older but this worked beautifully for our first trip. All in all we stayed two nights in Anaheim and bought two adult tickets for what one night at the cheapest Disney hotel & our tickets would have cost. I think it worked out well for us! We also had three beds, two tvs, and a bathroom. Fridge, microwave, and I wanna say coffee pot were also included. We didn't use any of them but it was nice they were there if you were doing a longer trip. Super close to the entrance and food -- would def stay here again.

    3
« close to park entrance »

average rooms that are clean and beds are comfortable. Price is a bit higher than nicer hotel down the street but this hotel is directly across the street from Disney parks. Breakfast was good with large selection of items with hot items also. Parking with permit good until 6 pm on day of checkout but not good for large work vehicles. Had a maintenance employee enter our room without permission to let someone in by mistake. Protect your belongings while staying here. Lots of resturants close by.

« great hotel to stay at »

Tis is a great hotel, close to Disneyland and next door to restaurants. We had a lovely room and very nice people are there to help us enjoy the stay. Nice rooms, quiet, friendly. Pool and hot tub. Have stayed there numerous times and always the best quality.

« Best Western Anaheim Review »

I have thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Best Western Anaheim Hotel for many years. It's conveniently located a block away from Disneyland, has great staff members, nice accommodations, and good value for the price.

    4
    « Short visit »

The rooms are a but shabby but the location is a plus. It's a stone throw away from Disneyland. Breakfast is for free. If you're traveling for long and needed to do your laundry it's really cheap here. The best part of the hotel is the location as there are many restaurants around the area.if you're looking for a luxury hotel do not book here. If you want to be practical and just have a comfortable sleep ask for s room upstairs so you won't hear the. Owning and going of the cars. All in all it was still a good experience.

    « Disneylands Best Neighbour »

Just a short walk across the road to Downtown Disney, Disney's California Adventure and Disneyland. The location is close to a number of restaurants, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfasts are ample and varied,

    « Perfect Disneyland Location »

This hotel is literally across the road from the entrance to Disneyland and in short walking distance to a good range of restaurants and other eating places. The room was simple, but clean and comfortable. On the down side, our room was directly below the dining room so as soon as 6.30 am came and breakfast began the scraping of chairs proved a very successful alarm. Regardless, we were there to do the Disney parks so it was fit for purpose.

    5
    « Very Pleased »

We were at this hotel for the 2016 Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend and couldn't have been much happier with our stay. All the staff we encountered were friendly. They had snack bags out in the lobby at 5am each day for the race participants and kept the breakfast area open late on half marathon day so that we could have food when we got back after the race. The location is almost perfect, as the entrance to Disneyland is half a block away and across the street. The free breakfast has plenty of hot and cold choices. And free parking! We will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip. The price and the location can't be beat.

    4
« Nice hotel with amazing staff »

We only stayed 4 nights but really liked the hotel! Reception staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, can't thank them enough! The pool was lovely and the hot tub was bliss after a long day! The breakfast food was the usual spread but tasty, and the breakfast room had an outdoor balcony overlooking the street which was nice! The hotel was clean, well maintained and in a great location for Disney! Would recommend!

    5
« Disneyland on your doorstep »

Stayed August/September 2016 - 4 Adults for 5 nights. A perfect location for Disneyland access. A short 5-7min walk to the security checkpoint of the parks. Located on the side of the park which has less popular access and as such the wait at security is not as long as the Downtown Disney side. The hotel has the ability to sell Disneyland tickets. Unfortunately they did not sell the 5 day park hopper I was after; but they did recommend us to walk next door to the Discount Tickets & Tours shop which sold the 5 day ticket at a discount. The hotel has free car parking and a self service laundry which is always handy and welcomed. The complimentary breakfast was a perfect start for a day at the parks. Options of hot breakfast items, cereals, yogurts, bagels, muffins, toast, pastries and donuts. They also had warm tortillas for self made breakfast burrito. Choice of hot and cold drinks as well as fresh fruit. This hotel is the perfect place to stay for a Disneyland holiday. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

    5
    « Always Great! »

Close to Disneyland Resort. Always clean and the staff is excellent. We stay here at least 2 times a year reserving 2-5 rooms each time. Breakfast is perfect! Price is right. You cannot beat this motel. Good for all ages.

    4
« Good deal for Disney races »

The hotel was reasonably priced and within walking distance of Disneyland. The faucet in my bath tub was leaking - but to be fair, I did not report it until check-out. The bedding (sheets and blanket) were coarse and uncomfortable, but the beds themselves were actually pretty comfortable. The breakfast was pretty impressive, with waffles or pancakes, ham or sausage, eggs, and potatoes (and not greasy ones!) The hotel even extended the breakfast until 11 a.m. on the morning of the half marathon, which was great. The hotel also provided to-go bags (water, granola bar, and apple) to take with us to the race. The parking was included in the rate, although there was a small ($5) resort fee. If you want a good breakfast, but don't want to spend a lot of $ and don't need a lot of other frills, I'd suggest this hotel.

    4
« Can't get closer to the magic »

Had a 2 night stay here to visit Disneyland, literally a 5 minute walk to the gates. The rooms are basic but for a base there perfectly fine, the buffet breakfast included was good. If you have a room on the 3rd floor you get a perfect view of the fireworks from the balcony if you don't want to stay late in the park. So glad we stayed here as it is so close and after a long day in the parks it's nice to be in your room before most people are in the car park.

    5
« Front Gate Access to Disneyland »

This was our second time returning to Disneyland within the last two years. Our first time staying at this hotel. The room was very spacious for a family of four with two teenagers. The bedding was very nice and the firm mattress offered a good night rest after a day of walking. Excellent breakfast buffet; far better than the normal continental breakfast offered by other hotels. Free parking for hotel guest. Front of the gate access to Disneyland. Definitely will return to this hotel.

    5
    « Disneyland »

We were visiting Disneyland for five days and the fact that the hotel was just across the street was a big deal. The rooms were very quiet. You never heard any shower noise or voices. The breakfast was large and covered many food groups.

  • 5
« Consistently clean and welcoming »

This hotel never disappoints. Friendly staff, clean hotel, inside and out. The beds are top notch and always provide a comfortable night's rest. The breakfast always seems to have new things added; love the new oatmeal/yoghurt "bar"! This has been my 'go to' Anaheim hotel for the past few years, and I never consider any other hotel!

    3
    « Family vacation »

The location can't really be beat. This location is not quite as nice as the Park Vue Inn, but since they are both so close who can ask for a better location. The room was on the lower floor as requested at time of reservation, the breakfast was hot/filling. I just did not like that they wouldn't allow food to be taken to the room

    5
« Great stay, clean, wonderful staff »

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Disneyland. It was a perfect location, just a little less than a block to the pedestrian crosswalk into the parks. Very clean and well run. Desk staff was very helpful and always greeted us with a smile. Nice breakfast, too.

    4
    « Disney BW »

Location is prime they need to add dinning room for guest who are there to spend more time at Disney. bath tub are out dated might as well make them to shower only/ Add shuttle to go to Disney down town would be supper ideal.

    3
« Close, but not very good »

Our room was not very clean and we found the lady at reception was rather unwelcoming. They charge a so called "resort fee" of $5 per night which is clearly just an unfair way of offering a good rate on price comparators and then slapping on an extra charge. The person at reception just knows this is going to poison the relation with the new customer, hence the withdrawn attitude. It would be so much better to be honest and square by including this upfront. Otherwise, it couldn't be closer to the park entrance and the complimentary breakfast is good. Because of the unclean room, we would not choose to stay here on another visit.

    4
« The best and the worst hotel in Anaheim »

This is a very difficult hotel to review. I think it is the best hotel in Anaheim and perhaps also the worst. Let's start with why I think it is the worst: The hotel feels like it is even build before Disneyland opened back in 1955. Americans are not used to very old building like we are in, for instance Amsterdam, The Netherlands, where people still live in building from the early 17th century. But this hotel in Anaheim is close to being that old. The bathroom door hardly fits and barely closes, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. The floors are made out of cardboard and you can feel when a nearby guests steps out of his bed. When you close the door, the air pressure almost pushes out the windows. I doubt that this hotel will survive any serious earthquake. The garbage truck visits the hotel and all surrounding hotels in the very early hours, so you can hear it picking up the garbage from all hotels and the restaurant adjacent to the hotel. So now the good part: Location, location, location!!! It is directly opposite the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. Just step out of the hotel, cross the street and you are basically there. Even the Disney Hotel is not this close to the entrance. This is a great location to drop off all the nice merchandise you bought at Disneyland before you head back and watch the fireworks. Or just refresh. Or just pick up a charged battery pack for your camera, you forgot that morning. You can park your car at the hotel for free and you do not need it anymore until you leave. When you stay late at Disneyland, it can become very busy getting back to the parking lot. But before the first people arrive back at that parking lot, you are already back in your hotel. Besides that, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable enough although the airco makes more noise than cold air, so you better turn that thing on while you are away and prepare your room for the night. So now you understand why this is the worst and the best hotel. If you are a big Disney fan and you spend all your time in the two parks, this hotel is great. If you think about this hotel for just visiting Los Angeles ? skip it.

    4
« Fine Stay, Great Location »

This was our first stay at this location. I believe the value was great for the location to Disneyland. We stayed on the first floor as we were arriving late and tired. Our room was quiet and comfortable. AC worked well and helped block out any outside noise. I am glad they have a window that opens in the bathroom to allow ventilation from the shower. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and nice to have fridge and microwave. Only complaint about the room is it needs updating (but hear they are working on that) and cleaning the carpets should happen more often. I always wear slippers at hotel stays but it was much needed in our room. Breakfast was good, many choices. Filled us up before going to Disneyland each day. I didn't mind that you could not take food out. They did let me take my coffee out with me. I enjoyed the yogurt selection, not just one kind but a variety. My husband liked the build a breakfast sandwich and my Son loved the donuts. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage in storage on our last day as we were leaving in late evening. We left a bag (our fault) and they were quick to call us. We picked up a day later. Parking was tight but we found a few open spots at 10:30pm upon our arrival. We returned our rental car the next morning so I don't know if parking is easy through out the day. I would stay here again if visiting Disneyland.

    5
    « Front desk »

We booked a suite through Verizon rewards and there was an issue with the room but Vivian and Laura at the front desk were very helpful and very patient as I made calls to clear up the confusion with Verizon. They took care of the issue ASAP and were so helpful and apologetic for the issue even though it was not their fault. Both were kind polite and patient and smiled the hole time.

    « Disney fun »

This was our 3rd stay here in 5 years ,with a family of 5 , for some much needed relaxation. Price and proximity to Disneyland makes this Best Western a no brainer selection .... Only drawback is rooms need some updating, but were clean and comfy regardless.

    5
« Great place to stay »

Made a reservation last minute and thought that would be a problem. But the staff took great care of me and my family. The hotel was perfect because it was in walking distance. I was happy with how helpful all the staff was. They were able to answer all questions and were very friendly while assisting me. I would defiantly recommend this hotel and will defiantly be staying there again.

« You can walk to Disneyland »

Great location. A short walk across the street from Disneyland. Check in was fast and easy. Very friendly and helpful staff. There's a computer with printer in the lobby so you can check in and print your boarding passes for your flight home. Rooms were clean and efficient. There's a fridge, coffee maker and microwave in the room. Free breakfast which was good. I would stay here again.

The best part about this hotel is that it's across the street from Disneyland. It's convenient because you can just walk over and take a break after a long day at the park. The rooms don't face Disneyland though so you probably cant get a good view of the fireworks from your room. Other than that it's a fairly average Best Western with free breakfast in the morning. Our room seemed kind of small for being two beds. Especially the bathroom was tiny.We were just two adults and one teen and we did fine for the most part but I could see a family with kids struggling in here. Our room was very clean though and the beds even seemed new. I took off a star for the price ($200/night). I've stayed in Best Westerns that were much nicer and cheaper but I'm sure it's because this one is so close to Disneyland. We did have a great stay though and we might stay here again.

    « Family style hotel »

Was clean with all amenities. Furnishings were a bit dated. Very much a family style Inn. Breakfast was ok but not up to standards of other hotels we have been too. Was very hot and A/C was adequate but not as cool as I would have liked.

« Great Hotel Close to Disneyland »

We loved this hotel. Really close to Disneyland and great breakfast. The pool is really small but if you plan to spend your whole time at Disney, it is not that important. Our kids still had fun swimming in it in the evenings.

« Too Convient For Disney »

This is an old style hotel, which does require to be updated. However, talking to staff members, they are in the process of updating their rooms. This was good news, as we have stayed here every year that we have visited Disneyland. On inspection of the bathroom, we noticed that there was some damage to the bath. They asked if we wanted to change rooms to the upgraded rooms, which we declined as the bath was fixed the next day. There is a moderatly sized breakfast buffet, that would set you up for the day, and a fitness room if walking around Disneyland is not for your liking. One issue is the tight parking situation, which made parking the car difficult when the most of the spaces were taken. The big plus is how close it is to the Disneyland Resort, which is the main tourist attraction in the area. Overall, it is a clean, comfortable hotel, with friendly staff. A great, and cheaper alternative to hotels of the Disneyland Resort. We will continue to stay here for future visits.

« excellent location. perfect for families »

we stayed for 4 nights on this visit, and if you are looking for the perfect location for Disneyland...this is it! A 4 minute walk from the entrance to the park, which (when kids get tired) is a godsend. we arrived at 12:00pm expecting to have to leave our bags in storage until check in time...but our room was ready for us! Another bonus with this location is that we were able to leave at the hottest time of the day, have a swim, then get back to the park quickly. Pool was fairly small, but clean. Could have done with it being a little colder actually as it was so hot outside!. Room was adequate, since you won't be spending a lot of time in it anyway. we did have an issue with the hand sink not draining (plug got stuck). But it was fixed by the time we got back to the room. You may find rooms a bit cheaper, but they will be further away and you will waste time and money, walking or waiting for shuttles and buses. This is the place to stay!

« Close to Disneyland Gate »

It is just a 2 to 3 minutes walk to the entrance gate of Disneyland. It is nice to go back to the hotel room and have a rest have lunch or dinner and back again to the park. Food at the park is expensive. Room is clean and housekeeping is done every day. Breakfast is superb. . . Good breakfast! Will be back again for sure!

« Great location for Disneyland »

You can't beat the location from Disneyland (across the street from the west entrance); easy walking distance. I was attending a conference at the Disneyland Hotel, on the east side, and even that was a tolerable walking distance. The new complimentary breakfast area is very pleasant with good (hot) food selections, a cut above the typical continental breakfast. The room itself was clean and basic with the usual amenities. It was nice to have the refrigerator and microwave, which helps with the food expenses.

« Hyde family from New Zealand »

Enjoyable stay highly recommended. Was a relief to arrive after a very long flight to relax in the spa pool. Very conveniently placed just across the road from Disneyland to have a break and then return for the night parade and fire works. Breakfast menu gave variety, handy laundry facilities for guests to use, staff were very friendly and helpful. Car parking was available free of charge.

« The Best of the Best »

The positive vibe from the time you get there is comparable and it will will stay imprinted in your mind and body until your next visit to the same Hotel. It feels like both home and a part of the Disneyland as if you are inside of the parks and can see and shaken by the Disney Fire Works every night. The parking area is great. The swimming pools have disability access and they are nicely located with privacy and California sun. I just cannot wait for my next visit to the hotel.

Awesome staff and convenient location. Just a walking distance away from Disneyland. The services were fast and the breakfast were warm and has good options. We will definitely stay at this location again!

    « Great Location »

If you're looking for a convenient location while visiting Disneyland and DCA, this property is a good choice. Rates are reasonable for the area. Parking is included, it's and easy walk to the parks, and the breakfast is better than many others. The pool is big enough for small children to slash around. Housekeeping does a very good job and the front desk staff is friendly and beautiful.

    4
    « Great location »

Location was perfect for Disneyland, right near the entrance. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Walls are a little thin and we were woken at night by a crying child (and we are heavy sleepers) but otherwise it was pretty quiet. The free internet and included breakfast were nice bonuses and helped us pick this hotel over the others.

    3
    « Great Location »

Walking distance to Disneyland. Free parking and breakfast! Great value for the perks. had a microwave, small coffee machine with coffee and small fridge in the room. Room was kind of small with the two double beds. Staff was friendly and helpful.

« One of the better breakfast »

I was moving around all week staying at different hotels every night, so a nice breakfast is very important to me. This hotel has one of the better breakfast buffets of any hotel I have stayed. They have a nice variety of selection. The bed in the room was comfortable & I got a good night of sleep.

    « close to disneyland »

very helpfull staff. could watch the night time fireworks from our room balcony. walking across the road to disneyland was a big plus. free breakfast and right next door to denny's for a meal. all round very convenient

« Best Western Plus Anaheim »

Overall our stay was fine and the convenience of staying across the street from Disneyland was great. The hotel itself and the rooms are very outdated, but clean. Parking was not good, but once we found a spot we never moved the car as long as we were there.

    « Disneyland Within Sight! »

My family vacationed here for the first time and were very happy with the property! While the property is older, it was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was very nice and being able to walk to the park was a HUGE plus. We were able to come back to our room in the afternoons for breaks and to freshen up. We were even able to view some of the firework show from our balcony at night. Great choice!

    4
    « 5min walk to Disneyland »

We stayed here at end of May. This place is well managed, rooms are clean and staff very helpful. We booked a dbl bed room. This was a mistake - needed a queen or king bed. this was the only fault. Five minute walk to Disneyland and Adventure park. A number of restaurants close by.

    5
« Walking Distance to Disneyland »

Clean, comfortable and close to the Park for that much needed mid afternoon siesta. Ya gotta get up early to beet the crowds and the firework show is amazing, so a break in the middle of the day was great.

« Pleasantly surprised by Breakfast »

First time at this property. The property itself is older as evidenced by the drywall repair and paint around the window in the bathroom and around the a/c unit (also in the sink area along the back wall, which was unusual) but it was clean and comfortable. All the staff we came across were friendly and efficient and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise! Lots of options, clean breakfast room, and you have the option to sit outside on the patio overlooking Disney California Adventure and watch the world go by. We will be back. OH and the free wifi works, AND they don't charge for parking, which is pretty unusual in this immediate area.

    5
« Wonderful hotel right across the street from Disneyland »

We did Disneyland for 4 days and absolutely loved staying at this hotel. We had a family suite, which has a living room, two bedrooms and a generously sized bathroom - all for a very reasonable rate. The room was clean, updated and the beds were comfortable. Parking for 1 car is free and every day you can do a 5 minute walk to be at the front gates of Disney. You were basically as close to the entrance gates as if you stayed at the Disneyland hotel and at a fraction of the cost. We have definitely found our place to stay for any visit to Disneyland in the future.

« Have a nice vacation at Best Western Plus »

very nice hotel to stay; is close to Disneyland (in walking distance); rooms are nice size, clean and employee are friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious and lots of food to choose from. Have free Wi-Fi.

    4
« Great hotel close to Disneyland »

We had a great experience at this hotel. It was close to Disneyland (right across the street), great full breakfast, VERY nice hotel staff, clean room. You might want to avoid the 3rd floor on same side as dining room as it can get noisy with families going to breakfast.

    4
« Good place to stay fro Disneyland »

Good place to stay when visiting Disneyland as it is literately across the road to the Disney entrance. Rooms are a bit dated in the decor but they were clean which is what really matters. Breakfast is average as it is a Motel so don't expect too much more than toast and cereal, there are scrambled eggs and a hot selection but not didn't look especially appealing and as there is an IHOP only 2 minutes away its not a problem. To sum up good value for its location relative to Disneyland.

    4
    « Disneyland »

The hotel location to the parks was AMAZING!! The cleanliness was great!! The free breakfast was a great/cheap way to start the day before heading to the parks. The size of the room was a little snug because of the small table and chairs they put in there but I understand they were trying to give an alternative seating option. I highly recommend this place to stay if you plan on going to Disneyland. Only thing I had issues with was the wifi but we were hardly in the room.

    3
    « Quick Stay »

Free Parking is a plus but only good until 6:00pm day of check out so should consider this if staying late on check out date. Breakfast was top notch, lots of offerings including hot food. Lots of seating including an outside area. They have a check in attendant outside the restaurant that makes sure registered guests enter. Our room was 318, room that had 2 bedrooms and 3 beds......it was great for our family of 6....but it was a very narrow 2nd room which seemed a bit awkward but wasn't an issue. For a longer term stay.....1 bathroom would be rough to get ready with 6 people.

    « fun trip »

It was good, the price was right and it was nice to have some breakfast in the morning. The rooms were clean and all worked well. It was nice to be able to walk to the Disneyland park. I will stay there again for sure. Thank you

« Stay here for the location, and nothing else »

We stayed here because of the fantastic location to the Disney area. It is the only reason you stay here. The rooms are very standard three star ( that is being generous ) and the buffet breakfast is acceptable. Once you know this, you can be prepared. Would I stay here again. Yes. Just across the road from the entrance. Can't beat that.

    3
« Location can't be beat, but not great value for the price... »

Stayed for 2 nights to go to Disneyland, and the location was awesome and can't be faulted. The hotel is clean, but looking very tired. It looks like maybe parts of it have been refurbed, while others are still waiting. Bathroom was very small, the aircon was noisy but the beds were comfy. Staff were helpful when we needed to talk to them too, I can't fault that either. Parking is a problem if you have more than one car per room, so just beware. Overall, I think I'd probably choose to stay a little further away than across the street from the gates and get a more comfortable room for the same price, than stay here again. You can get better value elsewhere I think.

    « Dinning Service a Joke »

We choose BW because of its Continental Breakfast option. I grabbed a plate of food, and was ready to bring it back to the room to enjoy it with my family. I was told I cannot bring the food outside the dinning area. I explained they are still sleeping. The server insisted. I had to toss the food in the trash. This rule is ridiculous and never had I dealt with such policy. We frequent the BW chain, prefers them over Marriott at some locations, but this is the WORST. We've always been able to enjoy breakfast in our room if we choose, but this place is an exception and not in a good way. This review would not matter to you if you just need a place to sleep and play all day at Disneyland. A family with kids would be affected by this policy and should stay elsewhere. My first stay at BW Plus at Anaheim Inn. First impression = alright. Front Desk was friendly and responsive when I complained about the TV not working. This motel is well-located across Disneyland, with Denny's (24x7) Diner next door, and a general store within walking distance. I checked-in yesterday, and was prepared to make another reservation until this morning. I'm going back to Disneyland Resorts and Marriott.

« Great Hotel, very close to Disneyland »

This was a great hotel. We stayed here in May and spent 3 days at Disneyland. This hotel is very close to the walkway to get into Disneyland. The room was very clean. We never used the maid service as we don't like people in our room when we are not there, however, we were able to get all the towels and linens we needed sent up to our room in the evening. The breakfast was amazing and very extensive. Will definetly be staying here on our next trip.

    5
« Best location for the price! »

The location is a short walk to Disneyland main entrance, 10 minutes at the very most. The room was clean and comfortable and had a fridge. Wifi worked great even for streaming Netflix. Free full breakfast with the largest dining area I've seen at a Best Western. The pool was clean and warm. I will always check this hotel on future visits.

« Excellent place to stay across from Disneyland »

This hotel is 10+! Just across from Disneyland. Older property that has been renovated and is immaculate. Huge breakfast room on the 3rd floor with hotel breakfast items and friendly, professional staff. The rooms are smoke-free, spotless and comfortable. Hotel right next to Denny's and walking distance to McD's, Panera Bakery, etc. Will always stay here when visiting Disneyland!

« Very nice and comfortable beds »

5 stars, very comfortable beds, I did not want get up. we stayed there because we were going to Disneyland for the day and did not want to make the long drive home that night. So we came in a day early and used the pool witch was very nice to relax after two hours of traffic. In the morning we were treated with a nice Continental breakfast. then spent the whole day at Disneyland, and all we had to do was cross he street to get to are hotel. We got a great night sleep, had breakfast and got on the road and headed home. thanks to the great staff for a nice stay

« If you plan visiting Disneyland, you choose the right one »

Read the other review and make a decision choosing this hotel which is slightly more expensive. It is really close to the park and you just cross the road. I've been to other Disneyland- Florida, Japan and HK. After a long day enjoying everything inside, you feel extremely tired and just want to get home asap. All the other place need to take transport either back to your hotel or resorts at the park. I remember in Florida, you may take up to 30minutes back to hotel (if you are lucky getting on their first bus after firework and everyone rushing back at the same time.) This hotel also provides breakfast which you can stuffed yourselves with more than enough breakfast and go to park for a 4-5 hour fun before having lunch break. Like other Best Western, it also has guest laundry room. Be careful the time which closed at 10pm.

    5
« Perfect location, great hotel. »

This is the best location. Disneyland is just across the road and it's close to loads of dining options including an easy stroll to Garden Walk. The hotel is clean, well maintained and has everything you need: fridge, microwave, iron, hairdryer etc. The complimentary breakfast is quite generous. There is a laundry on the 2nd floor, the pool area looked nice ( we didn't use it). We could see the Disney fireworks from the balcony off our room. There was also free parking for guests which was great. The bus stop for the Citadel shuttle was seconds from the hotel. Great value and really super friendly and helpful staff. Will highly recommend.

« Great room with awesome breakfast for FREE! »

We recently visited the Disneyland resort and opted to stay at the Best Western Anahiem inn. I read the reviews before deciding to book which were mixed, but went ahead thinking it's just across the street from the park and we won't be in the room very often or for a long period of time. They have a gaurantee check in at 3 and we made it just after 3 to the hotel. As promised our room was ready! Very clean, although there was a weird smell at first, and being in the maintenence industry quickly realized it was the cleaning solutions used to clean the rooms lol. The beds were firm but comfortable, the air conditioner worked great and I loved not having to bring a iron or hair dryer. We went to breakfast the next morning and were pleasantly surprised at scambled eggs, sausage patties, hash browns, fruit, yogurt and many pastries to choose from along with cereal and pancakes or waffles. Who needs Denny's when they offer this??! The staff were the best part of the entire stay, from beginning to end they were helpful, friendly and always smiling. I will never stay anywhere else when visiting Disneyland! The park is directly across the street! This truely was a vacation for us. The pool and hot tub were the best part in our winding down the long day of the park... do yourself a favor, save some money and really enjoy your stay here!

    « Great Location »

The hotel is located directly across the street from the entrance to Disneyland. The rooms are clean and have a small refrigerator with in-room air conditioning. The staff is extremely friendly and go out of their way to assist. A complimentary breakfast is served in the morning and is quite good. There are cereals, fruit, breads, eggs, ham or sausage, waffles or pancakes and juices and milk. Of course, they also have coffee and tea. I loved being able to walk to Disneyland and not pay an enormous amount for lodging. I highly recommend this hotel. My only suggestion is that they did not have in-room safes and I prefer that option.

« Affordable hotel in excellent location »

This is a very nice, clean hotel in an excellent location. It's probably closer to the Disneyland entrance than the official Disneyland Resort is, which is very convenient for an afternoon nap or a change of clothes after "splash mountain" turns into "soak every article of clothing mountain". A good, hot breakfast that has ample seating is included. The staff top to bottom was very friendly. For a family on a budget you can't get better than the two Best Westerns that are right at the entrance to the park. (I've posted a similar sounding review to the Best Western Plus Park Place Inn and Mini Suites. If you can get it, that one is slightly closer and usually cheaper with bigger and nicer rooms but a slightly worse breakfast room. I go for Park Place Inn first when I stay at Disneyland but if it's booked this Anaheim Inn is a fantastic runner up)

    « Great stay! »

We loved our stay at Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn. The staff were extremely friendly and our room was great. We were on the top level and could see the Disney fireworks from the balcony. The room itself was clean and spacious. We had a room with two double beds even though it was just the two of us (two beds were cheaper than one!). Breakfast was great and began at 6.30am for those of us who wanted to be at the parks for the early magic hours. There was a great variety and very fresh. Onsite car parking was good as well and we didn't have any issues getting a park. We also used the laundry and this was inexpensive and clean. We didn't use the pool however it looked clean and well maintained. We loved the proximity to Disney - right across the street with Denny's right next door. I would suggest this hotel to everyone. We loved it!

Great quality, white bedding and Linen. Comfy beds and pillows. Very clean. Roomy. Staff was kind and helpful. The front desk booked a shuttle for my arrival. Held my luggage for the day since I was on a tour. Right across from Disneyland. Highly, highly recomend. I would stay here again.

« Best Western Plus Anaheim, across from Disneyland »

Very helpful staff, rooms were very clean, easy access to our destination, pool was clean and great for swimming, hot tub was wonderful and towels were provided. Only problem was we needed to sleep 5 and room allowed for 4.

« Best Home away from Home »

This location is the best, just a block away from the entrance to Disneyland. The staff I would rate as extremely high as they are very helpful with any of your needs. I have stayed here before and would recommend this location to anyone who asks where the best place to stay is. The breakfast gets you started with your day, whether you just want a coffee and bagel to a full breakfast. This location is the Best of the Best.

« Close to Park, but.... »

Okay, I've stayed here before a few years ago so I thought it was a no-brainer when going back to Disneyland. First the good: close to the park, great breakfast (that is also free), free parking (but with a caveat), and clean hot tub and pool. Now why I may consider another hotel on Harbor Blvd next time: the beds, double size only. I always think that hotel beds are smaller in size in general so if it's a double, it seems like a twin. The room: I unfortunately got room 203 which if you do a search has another review that mentions it. Its on the second floor and DIRECTLY below the breakfast room on the third floor (great planning whoever thought that up). This room is also the ADA compliant room which I find "funny" that you already may have challenges in life, now you get a mini-stampede waking you before the crack of dawn. We had no choice because the hotel was sold out. I also asked the front desk if they had earplugs, NOPE and was pointed to the closest drug store. The beds are over the kitchen area so when they start prepping, you will hear it. The area over the bathroom is where all the food is located so everyone getting there food is walking there (and as mentioned before it was sold out - so a lot of traffic). The parking is free, but only until 6pm on the day of checkout which is little help if you are planning to be at the park that day too. So you have to move your car and pay for Disney parking or move the car to Downtown Disney for hourly parking. So if you can get a room other than 201-203 and don't mind small beds, and the parking restriction on your final day, go for it. Otherwise this is not the hotel you are looking for.

« Good Location - Routine Service - Poor Breakfast - Complete Lack of Charm »

Last April my wife and I spent four nights at this hotel. We booked this lodging through the Disney Vacation packages Office. This hotel seems to be an old style motel of years past, it lacks space where guests could sit down and enjoy a conversation. The rooms are adequate and clean with very little charm or personality. We have only one complaint about the service. When we left we asked the reception personnel to call a Taxi to take us to the Anaheim Amtrak Station. We were offered two choices; a Yellow Cab, or a 15 dollars flat rate one, which we decided to take. However, by the end of the ride, the driver insisted that the cost was 20 dollars. We paid the extra five dollars just to avoid a confrontation. Was this due to ignorance of the Hotel's personnel?, or Dishonesty from the driver?. We will never know. Also, my wife felt that upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist was not helpful enough giving us instructions about how to get to the Disney parks. Perhaps the aspect that was most bothersome was the poor quality of the breakfast. Every item in the buffet was edible, but nothing was really appetizing. The only good thing to say is that the fresh Apples and Oranges gave it a healthy touch. We could not say the same about the greasy doughnuts or sugary Danish Pastries. Having breakfast here had all the charm and personality of the paper cups and plates, and plastic utensils we had to use. Most likely, there should be better lodging accommodations in Anaheim, ones that add some comfort and charm to your Disney Experience.

« EXACTLY what we wanted »

My brother and I had stayed in the hotel several years ago, and were glad we could get reservations here for this trip. From having our "special" requests honored (top floor, adjoining rooms) to the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff members we encountered, it was the best stay we've had in the Disneyland area. Hot breakfast every day was good, seemed to be choices for just about anyone. The pool was very clean and well-maintained. It is so close to the entry of the parks that walking was a pleasure. The fact that we could see the nightly Disneyland fireworks from our rooms was a bonus! The only thing I could find any fault with at all was that the bathtub could probably use a refinishing. That caused me no problems, it was just a cosmetic issue. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for a Disneyland visit. I know I certainly plan to be back.

    5
« All around great hotel »

I am so glad that we chose this hotel. Everything was just right. The location can't be beat as it is literally across the street from Disneyland and saved us a ton on shuttles. There are also restaurants on either side of the hotel so you don't have to drive at all once you are there. The breakfast was way better than the standard hotel breakfasts. Lots of hot items and a fantastic variety. The rooms were very quiet and the salt water pool was great. Highly recommend.

    3
« Great location but in need of a renovation »

Lets start with the bad. First of all the room is the smallest hotel room I stayed in during my visit to the USA. The bathroom was old and storage space was limited. For four people the room was quite cramped. The room had only one sink and no kitchen which was also inconvenient. By far the worst aspect of the room was the mouldy stench that permeated the air. However despite the room issues breakfast is included which was quite good and there was a decent selection. The saving grace of this hotel was the location!!! The hotel is opposite from the main entrance to Disneyland. This is perfect as it allows you to enter and leave the park as you please. It was a wonderful spot as it was in the middle of both theme parks.

« WOW Nice place to stay! »

We stayed in this Best Western during our visit to California. The hotel is clean, affordable, and right across the street from Disneyland. It doesn't get any better than that. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of choices. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. And you can see the fireworks right in front of the hotel.

    « Great stay ! »

This hotel was my first pick and truly, a good one ! I had stayed at BW before and trusted I would find the same quality here. I wasn't disappointed. Moreover, this BW Plus Anaheim Inn is right in front of the Disney parks ! Super when you're tired from you day ! In addition, they have a good hot and cold breakfast with a nice room to eat it in and even a nice little terrasse with view on busy boulevard below ! The rooms were clean and nice with small fridge, microwave, flat-screen TV, good ventilation and everything in working order. Rooms are mostly at the back, away from street noise. Personnel very helpful when I had to find stamps and mail stuff and also when I needed and extra ticket for the Disney parks. Also, location is convenient for tour bus pick-ups, almost in front of hotel ! All in all, I strongly recommend this hotel !

    4
    « Great location »

We stayed in this hotel on our recent visit to Disneyland following advice from the travel agent we booked through who always stays here. It is an older hotel but very clean and comfortable. The shower pressure was better than the five star hotel we came from in Dallas! The location to Disneyland is fantastic, just a short walk and you're there! It is also not to far to walk to CVS store for supplies. Breakfast was very nice with quite a few different choices. Nice to sit on balcony and eat breakfast! All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay and would definately stay again!

    « Best Value »

The Best Western PLUS Anaheim Inn was the best value for our dollar. We have stayed at other hotels across from Disney and this was by far the best. The location is perfect (you can easily pop back in the afternoon for a break from the parks), the room was renovated and spacious, the continental breakfast in the morning hit the spot and we appreciated the free parking. We will definitely be back!

« only complaint is small beds »

Good deal for people who want close proximity to Disneyland. Great front desk service, and nice ladies at door for breakfast. The gentleman who does maintenance was fast and nice. The beds were small, but we made it work for 2 nights. Towels were nice and a good shower head also. Our room was clean, and we were happy to have a small refrigerator in the room too.

    « Ok stay »

Maid left her dirty glove on our toothbrushes. Did not accommodate scooter very well said we had to park it in the back of the hotel which we did not want to did not seem secure so they made us park it in our room.

    « Great value »

This will be the third time I have stayed at this hotel. They have updated it since my last visit and added the breakfast. I was nervous about what the breakfast would include (and if it would match the increase in price), but it was great! Definitely worth the extra a night to be able to have a decent breakfast each morning before heading to the park. I recommend this hotel to all my friends who are going to Disneyland. It is so close and a great deal! The only negative I have is the internet wasn't super strong. But since I was on vacation, it wasn't the end of the world.

    « Convenient! »

Extremely convenient to Disneyland Resort - closer than the Resort hotels. Not a luxury hotel, but it served it's purpose for a visit to Disneyland and the price is much less than the resort hotels. We would stay again.

    « Great value! »

Location location location!! My family of 5 stayed here in February for 3 weeks and were not disappointed. We were literally accross the road from the Disneyland entrance. We had Dennys right next door with so many other food options in walking distance. The staff were always cheerful and helpful, and very attentive towards guests!! Our room was clean and cosy. The pool and the pool area was also always clean. The included breakfast was an absolute bonus..we saved so much money over the 3 weeks we were there and it was always fresh with a wide varity to suit all!! We plan on returning in 2018 and will definitely be booking here again! Thank you to Martha and the team and also the lovely Manager of the breakfast crew who organised a gift for my daughter on her 6th birthday..we even had the breakfast crew sing Happy Birthday to her. That truly made her day so THANK YOU!! See you again soon ??

« Good value, right across the street from Disney... »

For the convenience factor alone it's worth it - it had parking, breakfast, and not a long walk in and out of park - now that we are stroller free, that was a must. Can still walk back and forth for a quick nap for the kids or a quick dip in pool to refresh. Cleaner than next door hotel the Park Vue which is gross. We love the Fairfield as it seems to be the cleanest, but just too pricey! But, after seeing what other families do in their hotel rooms - the mess that they leave, we feel so sorry for the poor hotel staff that has to clean up that kind of mess...

    « Great Location »

Prime location, just a 5 minute walk to the main gates! I got a room on the 3rd floor and although the walls are thin, it's nothing unbearable. Besides we were exhausted from being at Disneyland all day! Customer service was excellent. Call on the day of arrival for early check in and do a pre-register so they call you when the room is available. Parking is a bit tough but all in all this place is great to stay in.

    « Almost perfect »

All in all, this is an excellent property. The entire staff is friendly and efficient -- especially the Front Desk. The rooms are very clean and Housekeeping does a terrific job each day. Parking can be a challenge, but it's nothing a little walking to the rear of the lot won't cure. The lone negative: Unless you are an early riser to get into the Happiest Place on Earth at 8 am, it is very noisy towards the breakfast area/lobby. It WILL wake you up! Guaranteed! From 6:30 am when breakfast begins until 10 am, it's like Grand Central Station around Room 204! There are people running around, talking loudly -- and it's not just happy kids. The breakfast area restroom was just above our bed, so if the guest noise doesn't wake you the constantly flushing toilet surely will. The noise returns when the park closes, too, just not as bad. It's no wonder we were able to check in early! No one who knows any better would take that room.

    « Amazing Location! »

You can't get much closer to the entrance of Disneyland and California Adventure! The hotel was clean and nice and the staff was always friendly. The breakfast changed daily and offered hot items such as ham, sausage, bacon, eggs, French toast and pancakes. It only has double beds and we prefer queen, but they were comfortable.

    « Great Stay! »

One of the first things I noticed about the room was how clean it was. The upkeep of the room was great and it seemed to have been well cleaned. The hotel staff was polite and personable. We arrived earlier than check-in. The employee at the front desk told us she could get us in a room early, but it was below the breakfast area. She wanted to let us know first in case we decided to wait for our room to be ready, as we might be disturbed by the noise in the morning from the other guests congregating in this one room. We went ahead with the room they had available so we could get on with our day. She told us that if it became loud or disruptive to let the hotel staff know and they would gladly change our room. Our TV did not work when we first turned it on so we called down to the front desk. They asked if it would be okay to send up someone to look at it. A man was at our door within 3 minutes to fix the TV and see if there was anything else we needed. The breakfast that was put out each morning was fantastic! The wifi was easy to connect to and was not spotty. I had no trouble with the internet connection the entire time I was there. Finally, it is directly across the street from Disneyland, which is awesome! The only downfall of this hotel I noticed during our 4 night stay was that the parking is rather difficult. There just don't seem to be enough parking spots to accommodate all of the guests staying at the hotel.

« Location close to Disneyland »

Adequate rooms, although they seemed a little outdated. Bathrooms lack proper ventilation and the doors are old sliding doors. Comfortable enough though, and right across from Disneyland. Breakfast is adequate and the lady there in the morning was sweet and helpful. After staying at one of the hotels next to this one on another trip, and seeing how terrible it was, I appreciate this one more now. Not much parking.

    « Walk to Disneyland »

Very convenient location to Disneyland and good restaurants!! Very courteous staff, clean, small but clean pool area, limited parking for larger vehicles. Love that it is so close to the park so you can come and go at your leisure

    « Location, Location, Location... »

This hotel has the perfect location. It took me just minutes, less than 5, to get to Disneyland and California Adventures. The rooms are very typical of Best Western and we all have to consider just how much these rooms are used when considering the quality. Arash was great, I really liked him and his Disney references. Breakfast was typical of Best Western but the breakfast area was beautiful, spacious and very well done. This is one of the hotels that will be first on my list when I return to Disneyland.

    5
« Excellent Hotel for our Family Disneyland Stay! »

Best Western Plus Anaheim is an excellent hotel! The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, better even then most higher end hotels we've used. The staff is great...friendly and helpful. We even received a call the morning of our arrival date to check in with us and ask if we had any special needs or request and then we were told to have a safe trip down! I would only say beware that the beds are doubles and small for two adults but still comfortable. Check-in and check-out were quick and effortless. Breakfast was awesome and the price couldn't be beat! We will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

« Excellent stay and a great price »

This is not our first time staying here..we just keep coming back. Excellent staff and it is super clean. You can't beat the location and the price is very reasonable. The breakfast that is offered is great and sets the day for your day in Disney! We will be back again soon!!!

    « brrr »

check-in was not until 3 p.m. so that was a bummer. parking was very tight getting in and out. the heater turned on but smelled really bad so we didn't bother using it. The fridge never got cold. check these items as soon as you get in the hotel not when you get to the room at midnight after all day at Disneyland like we did. breakfast was actually pretty good but monitored so I couldn't sneak out a banana. I saw a young girl get caught taking donuts to her room and attendant made her throw them out. coffee is delish and they have the works.

It was Perfect. The staff was Great, friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean, everything worked, and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. Location, location, location. Right across from the Pedestrian entrance to Disney - so its a short walk. And if you give up early... fireworks can be seen from the 'front yard'. 2 nice restaurants right next door. We'll be back!

    « Perfect for Disneyland! »

We had an excellent stay ? hotel was a great value and well worth the price! Took about 10 minutes for us to walk from our hotel room to the main security entrance at Disneyland (the majority of the time was spent waiting at the crosswalk at Harbor Blvd). We took a mid-day break every day and the proximity was great! Free Wi-Fi, cable TV and On-Demand was great when we were resting in the room. Front desk was extremely accommodating and let us park our car on the morning of arrival (prior to our checkout) ? but this is subject to parking availability. They can hold bags the morning of our arrival, as well as day of checkout. Room was clean, housekeeping was prompt. Breakfast was plentiful, warm, and provided a great variety. The breakfast food/room was like a typical college dorm (spread of hot foods, pastries, cereal, yogurts, etc.) Plenty to get us through a late lunch. We stayed in the main building (second floor near the breakfast room) and could see the Disneyland fireworks from the balcony. There is a small convenience store (Cove on Harbor) within walking distance to buy milk, etc. to place in the mini-fridge (although it was expensive it was super convenient). Definitely recommend this for all Disneyland stays!! Will stay here again.

    4
    « Great location! »

My family stayed here in March, 2016. The rooms were clean and contain every amenity you'd need for a comfortable stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The free breakfast had a lot of variety to keep everyone satisfied, and added to the value of the hotel. The very best thing about this hotel was its location! A very short walk across the street to Disneyland, California Adventure, and Downtown Disney made this hotel the perfect choice for my family! I would definitely stay here again!

    3
    « Near Disneyland »

I prefer hotels that have the room door inside rather than outside (just feels safer to me). The place is dated and other than Disney there is not much near there. We went to the Garden Walk area which is deserted almost. I guess it was cheap enough, clean enough but not my choice for a place to stay in the future.

    4
« Location to Disneyland is Excellent »

I couldn't believe how close this hotel was to the front gates of the Disneyland. Although the rooms are a little dated the location cannot be beat. The parking is tight so if you can bring a small car. There seemed to be a lot of parking. You can keep you car parked at the hotel until 6pm of the day of check out. The breakfast is a variety of foods-eggs, potatoes, toast, cereal, donuts, yogurt, fruit. This is such a good place to stay for Disneyland.

    4
    « Everything as expected »

This hotel is a little dated and could use some upgrade but for what you pay everything is what I would expect. Clean rooms, the staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is located across from Disneyland and California adventure. We could clearly see all the fireworks from our balcony. I would stay there again for sure.

    5
    « Great Hotel »

We have stayed at several hotels across from Disneyland for the benefits and easy access. The accomodations and breakfast make this a great choice. The grounds are maintained and the rooms are spacial and very clean. This remains one of our favorites and we will continue to use it whenever it is available.

    5
« SOOO CLOSE to Disneyland & FREE Breakfast, FREE Parking, and FREE Wifi. GREAT DEAL »

Very close to Disneyland (only a 5 minute walk from our room to the entrance of both parks). We have stayed at the Disneyland hotels before and this is pretty much just as close and such a better (cheaper) price. We were even able to walk back to the hotel later in the day to place our purchases in our room (it's that close). Free Breakfast was very good. Lots of options, scrambled eggs, egg patties, ham, sausage, potatoes. waffles, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, cereal, toast, doughnuts, coffee, three types of juice, and more. Free parking was nice too and they have a security guard walking around at night checking on the parking lot. Room was clean and quiet. We will stay here again. I know you will love it too! ;)

Just Cannot wait to check in. Feels as if we are inside Disney. The rich breakfast will instantly charge you to start your day with great energy by the way please don't miss to shoe your room keys at the Denny's to get 10% discount every time you dine and please do visit the pool area once in a while and leave the curtain open to see the fireworks from your room.

    « Excellent Hotel & Best Location »

This hotel was close to all amenities for my Disneyland trip: Disneyland was almost directly across the street, it offered a complimentary breakfast to start the day, it is right next door to Denny's, within a couple of doors to IHOP, just up the street was a 24-hour CVS. Staff is supremely helpful and full of information. i thought the room was excellently appointed and kept clean and tidy. Never found time to try the pool but it sure looked inviting!

    « best western anaheim »

This place is in a great location, has great service, has great add ons and clean, spacious rooms. I was walking distance from Disney Park so this was convenient. I was also walking distance from several eating options, which allowed for me to not even have to move my car. Staff were friendly and responded to my questions promptly.

« Great Value for Disneyland »

If you are looking for a clean room, great breakfast and close to Disneyland, this is the place to stay!! The rooms were simple but had everything that we needed. The hotel was very busy but quiet. Breakfast had everything that we needed and had quite a but of variety (boiled eggs, oatmeal, toasts, eggs and bacon, hash browns,) and had several items that were healthy. The walk to Disneyland was exactly 5 minutes. A great place to go back to if your kids need a mid day break.

    3
« Reasonable value and close to Disneyland »

Primary value is proximity to Disneyland. Quick walk to gates. Clean. Good place to crash. Adequate parking. Decor out of date but consistent with Best Westerns in general. Bed was extremely hard. Easy check in. Very low water pressure.

    5
    « Save and enjoy »

Steps away from Disneyland. Great hotel, pool/spa. Rooms are comfortable. Outstanding breakfast. Staff could not have been more helpful. No reason to stay at a Disney hotel as long as this is available. Take this as the truth, we are Disney Vacation Club members and would stay at this hotel rather than use our points.

    « Meh... »

I booked a last minute get-a-way to the happiest place on Earth. The past 2 times we've been to DL we've stayed at Tropicana Inn and I figured this time we'd try something new. Plus, they had scattered availability on such short notice. I did a quick search of other hotels and was happy to find a place on "Disney Row" with availability. So, thinking it was Best Western Park Place, I booked ASAP. A day later I had realized my error, but too late to cancel and figured, what the heck let's do this. When we pulled up I recognized this place as the hotel we stayed at during our first visit back in 2003 (back then the pool was under repair and they did not bother to tell me that when booking :(. After that stay I said I would never stay here again and vowed to try something new next time (that's when I found the Tropicana). I found a lot of the same feelings leaving the hotel this go round too. Why the disappointment? There are a few things: - Small beds/hard pillows - Didn't get a very good nights sleep. First time I've encountered that in my travels. I'm usually not that picky. - Room - Smelled a bit funky, not that big of a deal, it was clean. However, the door had a gap and even with deadbolt locked I didn't feel like it would stop a cockroach, let a lone an intruder.. - We checked in early. I told the front desk, I'm not in a hurry to get a room (we were going straight to the park) and would wait for a good room if one is coming available. She told me it's the best one we have (tongue in cheek, I knew she meant "best we have right NOW). So I said fine, and took it. It ended up being 333, the single farthest room from the front door.... - Small pool and it's largely in the shade given the large wall to the south of the pool area. The good: - Good hot breakfast to start the day. Typical hotel fare, but great way to start a long day. - Close to the park. Can't beat the location! - Staff - besides the "best room I've got" comment, staff was friendly and helpful. - Good hot tub! In the end, I would not recommend this place to a friend. There are lots of options on this road, do your research and don't make a snap decision like I did! However, I bet you could do a lot worse. Could I have asked to be moved from room to room?? Sure, I could have. But I'm the type of guy that gives people one chance to make the first impression and it didn't turn out this time. Hope this helps....

Comfortable large rooms. Walking distance to main entrance to Disneyland. Had to work out how to get the shower to work - needs to be pulled out. Hahaha. Beds comfortable and clean. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast not so good. Lots of sugary foods. Do have scrambled eggs and omelets but Definitely not for someone who wants to eat healthy. Apart from that great spot and rooms very reasonable.

    4
    « Disneyland close »

While I stayed on business, I noted how very close this hotel is to Disneyland, literally across the street. We could watch the fireworks from our driveway, including music. The rooms are very clean, good hot breakfast provided, more family oriented than couples, a bit tight on parking. Very nice staff and helpful. Would stay again if going to the parks.

« Best Western Anaheim Inn »

Value for money accomadation. American style breakfast with plenty of carbohydrates lashed with sweet condiments. Scrambled, hard boiled eggs, sausage patties and boiled ham becomes pretty ordinary after the second breakfast. Rest of breakfast setup (fruit yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, toast, bagels, doughnuts, Danishes) well done. Resort fee for providing a pool is a bit cheeky! Staff very helpful - as cheerfuls as Disneyland staff over the road.

« Great place to hang your hat. »

Very n ice room, great breakfast offerings! Hotel is right across from Disneyland, you can walk to the main gate. No need for shuttle or busses. Very clean. Make sure you have appropriate beds for your stay. We thought we had Queen beds, but turned out to be double. Little to snug to share with a friend.

« Not Bad, but can be Pricey »

We booked this hotel for the price and proximity. We booked our rooms through hotels.com at least 4 months in advance so we got a really good price. What really got my attention was the lack of parking fees, free wi-fi and free breakfast, not to mention that you are literally across the street from the park entrance. The room was decent, a typical motel room, just a lot cleaner and updated. Unfortunately my husband and I had to sleep on two separate beds as they did not have a king available at the time of booking. I have to say the beds were incredibly comfortable and I slept like a rock. There is a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was the typical "free" breakfast, waffles, eggs, potatoes, etc. I have had better. We only went the first morning. We barely heard our neighbors and we were on the first floor. It helped being at the way end of the building too. The office staff is helpful and incredibly friendly. When we arrived, our room was not ready so we decided to go to Disneyland while we waited and they aloud us to park our car there while we went. All in all, it was not a bad motel, but the price would have to be right again for me to stay there. It was about $45 more a night a month before our trip for the same rooms.

    5
« Perfect hotel for Disney trip »

We stayed for 5 nights at the Best Western Anaheim Inn last week and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. The hotel is right across the street from the main gates, the free breakfast is hearty and generous, the free parking and wi-fi saved us money every day, and the room was very clean and just right. We swam in the pool every day even though it wasn't warm out! There isn't a better place to stay for your Disneyland adventure.

    4
    « Very Nice Hotel »

Very nice hotel and close to Disneyland. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A great value for your money without skimping on quality. Great breakfast and the parking is free. I will definitely frequent this hotel.

    « Couldn't have asked for better »

This motel lives up to the quality I've come to expect from Best Western plus. The rooms were clean and the beds were firm and comfortable. The hot breakfast each morning was almost perfect. My only issue with it was the scrambled eggs were dry and clumpy, but they were tasty. The sides alternated between sausage / ham and waffles / French toast sticks, so it never got boring. We didn't have maid service every day, and each day we did not, we found a message on our phone from the front desk double checking to see if there was anything we needed. All of this and its perfect location for a very short walk to Disneyland made our trip one to remember.

    5
« Great Motel, just steps from Disneyland »

We will stay at this motel again. It was clean and the employees friendly. It is just across the street from Disneyland and walking distance from many places to eat, from McDonald's to Tony Romas, and everything in between.

    « Clean & Friendly »

This hotel is situated opposite to the main gates of Disney and is a 10 minute walk to the turnstiles. The hotel rooms are clean and furnished tastefully. We arrived early and the room was not ready but the reception staff expedited the room and were in the room within 1 hour. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet in the morning which gets the day off to a good start. if you are not a fan of the offerings of the buffet there is a iHop and a Dennys within a couple of minutes walking distance. On site parking was not an issue with car parking available at all hours of the day. The hotel had a small pool and spa which were heated and the kids enjoyed even though it was mid January. The hotel were all too happy to hold baggage for us on check out day so we could enjoy our last day at Disney. The rooms have free WIFI and Time Warner Cable. Will stay here again.

« excellent location and friendly staff »

The location was ideal so close to the main gate its just a 2 min walk to Disneyland. The hotel Staff (Elizabeth) were very helpful and friendly. The room was ok, had a very musty smell when you first walked in, also was quite hot (even in winter). Breakfast here was good with enough variety, cereal, toast, pastry, eggs, bacon, tea coffee, juice. Room had wifi which worked well, overall its location is its strong point.

    4
    « Almost perfect »

Great full breakfast. Very close to Disneyland. The staff was very nice. The internet is a little slow but I haven't had a decent speed at a hotel ever. The only problem with this hotel is they have double beds instead of queen.

    4
    « Location Location Location »

Chose this hotel for it's proximity to Disneyland - it's one of the hotels that are almost directly across the road to the entrance. My husband also enjoyed it's location (between Denny's and Tony Roma's!) We loved the complimentary breakfast (another reason we chose this hotel) and found the selections fantastic. Also loved watching the kids eating their breakfast, watching the Disney channel with their ears on! The hotel itself is nothing fabulous, it's a little old and tired but the location more than makes up for that! Great spot for families even though Hubby and I travelled alone and the price was reasonable - especially given it's prime location!

    5
    « Very enjoyable »

I have stayed in Anaheim a number of times and this Best Western is a fine combination of affordability and comfort. The wifi is good as was the breakfast. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

« What You Want Is Not Always What You Need! »

I wanted to stay at Embassy and was glad I stayed here. The staff is amazing... the breakfast free and really good. The only thing that would have been nicer is to have more room since we had a suite with 3 beds it was kind of like having 2 hotel rooms, but they were a little small. This place was close to where I needed to be, close to Disneyland (walking distance). I walked right next door to eat, I walked next door to rent a car at Select Rent a Car at the other Best Western a few doors down. The hot tub is AMAZING... hot!! It was beyond what we needed and I didn't even know it at the time. They called to make sure we had everything we needed.

    « 2nd Stay for Us »

This was our second stay at this hotel. It was similar to our last stay. Good and friendly staff, quick check in and check out process, no problems with maid service, and of course the best part being the location. It is close to Disney and a few restaurants and makes it easy just to park the car and walk everywhere. Room cleanliness is a huge thing for me and our room was clean. I still have the same issue as last time though. The parking lot is very small and if you get someone careless parked next to you, you will end up with new dents in your vehicle. That is not a reflection on how this hotel is run, just simply how tight the parking is. Most of the hotels around there aren't much better, just be aware.

« New Year Disney Trip »

No complaints! Friendly, Courteous Staff. This hotel was recommended by a family member and she was right! Close enough to walk to Disney Parks and Disney Walk. We stayed in room 206 on the second floor. It was close to the breakfast area and front desk. It was a room closer to the street but not so close that we could hear any traffic. There are several restaurants within walking distance but they sure do hike up the prices!! Might as well eat at a good restaurant at Disneywalk because we spent $90 at IHOP for pancakes and eggs breakfast for 4 of us after Tip!!! Back to room, it had everything we needed. Micro, small fridge, good working air conditioner, coffee maker, stocked towels, flat screen, blow dryer. Bottom line, if we decide to stay at a good neighbor hotel again, it will be this one.

    « Great Value »

Literally three doors down from the intersection leading to the entrance to Disneyland. It's very convenient, clean, and everything is as advertised. The breakfast is simple, but even better quality than the breakfast from our stay last year at Best Western Plus Park Place Inn which is directly across the street from Disneyland. A little noisy, but not unreasonable. The television remote didn't work well at all, but we didn't consider it a huge inconvenience. We would consider returning for another stay.

« Location, Location and Location »

Location, Location and Location. This is why we selected this hotel for three days of Disney happiness and really couldn't have chosen better. This is a budget hotel but the staff would put those working at some 5-star hotels to shame! Breakfast was adequate but does everything have to be disposable? The pool looked nice and the fitness centre was better than expected for such a venue, although it didn't have any free weights.

Spacious rooms and super clean---and all within walking distance from the park. It was a great place to stay and the staff was friendly and very, very accommodating. « Great location, sub-par rooms for the cost. »

Stayed here for a night while visiting Disneyland Parks. The location is superb, especially if anyone wants to stay in the parks late. The free parking was very convenient. All these things are great, but the quality of the rooms left a lot to be desired. I did not like the fact that the neighbors could be heard. The bathroom sink seats in the room outside of the bathroom, so if anyone needs to use it, will disturb others in the room. The cost was very high and I am assuming it is due to the proximity to the parks. I would stay here again if I was charged less. Also the taxes seemed to be much higher than hotels just down the street.

    « 2 stays in a month. Great location! »

Yes, I actually stayed at this Best Western twice in the last month. First time with my daughter, second with my husband. We chose it because of its proximity to the main gates of Disneyland and California Adventures. We are season pass holders, so we are fortunate to experience a few hotels in the area. This Best Western is reasonably priced and it's located almost directly across the street from Disney. By the end of the day, Every step matters! The first room we stayed in was not as nice as the second one. Ironically they were right next door to each other! They both were clean and tidy. The beds comfortable and though the rooms are on the small side, there is a table with 2 chairs, a desk and a chair and a mini fridge and microwave. The carpets need replacing and the decor is tired looking. The room I especially didn't care for had an old yellowing, rusty A/C that was noisy and the microwave was yellowed with age. The other room had the A/C replaced as well as the microwave. I asked about renovations and they have done a few rooms. A bit of freshening up is definitely needed but all in all, it's ok. They also have a breakfast from 6:30 until 10.00 everyday. I only tried it once, but it was very good. On the day I was there they offered whole fruit, eggs 3 ways, ham, potatoes , cereals, pastries, toast, pre-made waffles, yogurt and juices and coffee. The breakfast area was clean and inviting. The only thing is, you can't take any of the food out of the breakfast room so don't plan on a breakfast sandwich on the run or enjoying it in your room. I found that to be odd but it's their rule. The staff at check in were nice although the gal who checked us in the second time didn't seem to know the property. She couldn't tell me where my room was. I was worried it was the same room as before judging by the number, but it was next door , whew ! All in all, good value and great location! I would stay there again.

« Even better than last time! »

We had stayed at this hotel two years ago and thought it was very good. Stayed there again in October 2015 and it was even better than before. They have added a new breakfast area which is fantastic. There is a wide range of items and there is plenty of seating. There is even some outdoor seating that faces Disneyland/California Adventure. The rooms are comfortable, although a bit cramped. We had two adults and two teenagers in a double queen room for 5 nights. If we had less stuff and stayed fewer nights the room might not have felt so cramped. The hotel also provides free parking during your stay. Other hotels in the area charge a daily parking fee. We don't know when we'll get to Disneyland again, but when we go we'll definitely stay at the Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn!

« Best hotel near Disneyland »

Great price and great location for this Best Western hotel. I highly recommend this for families going on a Disneyland vacation. Free breakfast, walking distance to Disneyland, comfortable rooms. What more could you ask for? Friendly staff waiting to serve you. There's also a nice pool if you want to take a dip.

« Awesome staff and rooms. »

Rooms were excellent and so were the staff. The continental breakfast was amazing. We will stay there again when we go to Disneyland. The maids and groundskeepers were very friendly also. The pool was always clean and our grandsons loved it. The continental breakfast was always kept hot and full. The dining area was very clean and if some child spilled on the floor, the staff were there to clean it up and always had a smile on their faces.

« Great location and great stay »

This Best Western is conveniently located for visiting the Disney Parks. We had a pleasant experience. I would recommend a stay here for families or couples planning a trip to the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim.

« Great Place to stay »

This was the 2nd time we stayed at the Anaheim Inn. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The room was great and the breakfast is really nice. I would recommend this place and would choose it again! The proximity to Disneyland is perfect and the pool and Jacuzzi were great to unwind after a day at the park. You can see the fireworks from the 3rd floor.

« Great hotel next to Disneyland! »

Stayed at this hotel 11/13-11-22. We had never been to Disneyland before and loved how close this hotel is to the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. The walk is about 10 minutes. The hotel overall was very clean, the maid service was excellent. We had a room on the 3rd floor and could see the fireworks from the walkway. Parking was free which was a bonus. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but saw others using it. Plenty of restaurants close by within walking distance. The hotel staff is very friendly and cares how your room is. They called after we settled in to find out if everything was in working order and if we needed anything else. Laundry room on the 2nd floor was very clean and in working order. The breakfast in the morning was very good and gave us a good start every day. Plenty of food and a good variety. Lots of room and plenty of tables to eat at including some outside on a balcony. All in all we will stay here again when we go back to Disneyland in the future. Excellent stay!

« Gets the job done. »

For the price, the hotel room gets the job done - no frills, room is clean, check in and check out was fast and friendly. Some noise from other guests above, below, and to the sides, but nothing to the point of being disruptive. Only real negative is that the water pressure in the shower is very low regardless of what setting you choose on the shower head. Overall, a good bargain if you're only staying 1-2 nights near Disneyland and just need a place to wash up and sleep

    4
    « Awesome Location! »

You can't beat the location ... .3 miles to reach the Disneyland/California Adventure gates. And, the breakfast is an awesome way to start your day. The staff are really nice and housekeeping does a great job. The beds/pillows are comfortable as well. The room we were in was definitely aging ... no fan in the bathroom = layers of peeling paint; cracks in the ceiling of the room; etc. It's definitely in need of upgrades, but it was comfortable.

    « Disneyland and LA »

Great place to stay when visiting Disneyland and LA sites. Motel is in a great location for walking to the Disney resort. Parking at the motel is tight, but available to you for no extra charge if using a rental car. Breakfast was a great way to start the morning all the essentials you would need.

« Very comfortable stay right next to Disney parks »

This hotel doesn't have the most attractive décor, but the service is friendly and efficient, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the wifi works, and the free breakfast is pretty tasty (includes eggs and sausage as well as the usual carbs). It is a great place to rest and eat breakfast before tackling Disney. It is an excellent location for walking to either Disneyland or Disney California Adventure - about five minutes walk along safe streets. The rooms were quiet after about 10:00 pm, and the clean pool was a fun break from walking around the parks. The advantage of this location is that it is easy to walk back to your room for an afternoon or pre-fireworks break. The free parking was also excellent. We arrived at 11:00 am, and they let us park then even though check-in was not until 3:00 pm. On the morning we checked out, they said we could leave our car there until 6:00 pm.

    4
« So Close to Disney »

This was a great place to stay. Reception staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient. The room was a reasonable size, clean and the bed was comfy. We thought we may have been disturbed by the air conditioning but after walking round Disney all day we were exhausted. The breakfast offering was good and continually replenished, there was a balcony where you could sit and eat outside which was pleasant. The hotel states that it is close to the entrance to Disney and that is certainly true. There are only one or two which are closer and the difference in walking distance is negligible. You could be in the park in no time at all and it was great to be able to leave the car for a couple of days. We really enjoyed our stay here and would certainly return if the opportunity arose.

« GREAT DISNEYLAND RESORT HOTEL »

If you want a GREAT WALKING DISTANCE hotel for a Disneyland Resort Vacation Stay HERE!! This is our Most Favorite Hotel The Breakfast is Awesome!! Hot/Cold entrees, yogurt, eggs, meat, cereal, pastries, bagels, etc. The staff is great and the rooms are comfortable. Nothing fancy but your basic room. We used 2 rooms and asked for adjoining doors so the grandparents could watch the grandkids while we went back to the park at night without leaving them alone. There is also a suite available. Best Value for the price. True Walking Distance from Disneyland!

    « Perfect location »

This Hotel is perfectly located for easy walking to the Disneyland Parks. It is very clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly. There is a very nice breakfast buffet included with the room. It is our go-to hotel when we visit Anaheim.

« Good Value, Excellent location »

Stayed 2 nights for a short Disney vacation. Perfect location for walking to Disney. Good selection of breakfast items -- all ready for a quick morning meal. Very friendly and kind staff. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Free wi-fi worked well. It's not a posh place but it is clean, comfortable and safe. Located nearby are a Dennys and a Tony Romas with a Panera opening soon. Nice to have outside-the-park choices for eating. The "Just-so-you-know's" about this property are: - Small pool area - Cramped parking lot - The air conditioning unit in my room was mounted up against the ceiling over the bathroom sink. There was no way to adjust settings, I unplugged the thing overnight. My stay was in late November, so not too big a hassle. I would stay again.

    « Disneyland Vacation »

Location, Hot free breakfast. Very satisfied!!! The only issue that drove us crazy were the people above us who let their children run around their room. Also kids running outside in the halls. Extremely difficult to rest. The beds are super hard as well. Wish they would correct this. Frank from maintenance provides outstanding customer service!!!

This property is excellent. Great location for Disneyland as well as walking to the convention center. Staff goes out of their way to make sure your stay is 100% perfect! Would definitely stay again. Breakfast room is beautiful and excellent choices of item on the buffet.

« Great value and location for Disneyland »

Great location with easy walking access to Disneyland as well as restaurants. Each room has a microwave and fridge so that families can keep some food in their rooms. Breakfast is included. Customer service is top notch.

    « Best kept secret »

We thoroughly enjoy staying at this location. We feel very comfortable and safe here. It is just a very short distance from the main gate at Disneyland, so if needed you can return quickly without having to wait for a shuttle. We have really enjoyed the new breakfast room and all of the good food that is available and a great variety as well. Love this place!

« Great Location to Disneyland! »

This hotel was inexpensive and in the best location to the Disneyland Parks. We just crossed the street and we were in the parks which it what we wanted. The room was okay in size and it was clean. We didn't need anything grand, as we were not spending much time in the hotel room, so it served its purpose. I would stay here again for convenience and would recommend it!

    3
« Adequate Accommodations, Great Location »

We stayed here on a recent visit during the Halloweentime festivities at Disneyland. The room was what we expected given the price. Decor, carpet and furnishings were a bit dated but, clean. Upon initially entering the room it was a bit musty but, after running the AC for a bit it seemed to improve. If they would replace the trim and doors in the rooms (versus the layers and years of paint)it would breathe immediate new life. The one area needing the most TLC was the bathroom. While it was clean there was no working fan and the wallpaper in the shower area was bubbling from the moisture. We found the location of our room (on the 3rd floor) to be quiet and the perfect viewing area for the nightly fireworks. The property is extremely well situated and is less than a 10 minute walk to the turnstiles at Disneyland. This proved to be a wonderful feature when taking little ones back to the room to recharge after spending the morning at the parks. The free breakfast offered each day was plentiful and offered a good variety of hot and cold items. They do switch up the daily offerings which was nice during our 5 night stay. We did not make use of the pool area but, it looked clean and well kept. Given the nightly rate we paid this hotel was a bargain. I have stayed at several properties across the street from Disneyland and would definitely keep this on my short list of places to stay in the future.

    « Went to visit a friend »

The place was dirty and it had bugs! It was horrible just like the time i took my family there for a visit back in april of 2014. I thought they would have improved since all the construction was taking place when i was there but it hasn't

    « Visited from Nov 4th to Nov 6th »

This is a nice hotel... room was okay nothing too special.. it was clean and perfect to rest after walking all day. Free parking was awesome. I parked early around 10 am. I checked in at 3 pm and when I checked out 2 days later I was able to leave my car parked until 6 pm for no cost. The continental breakfast was good, it had many things to choose from. I also liked that the room includes a microwave, it's very useful. Last year my family and I stayed at the disneyland hotel paid way more and parking/breakfast was not included and there was nothing special about that hotel either. I thought the walk from disneyland hotel to the parks was further than the walk from this hotel to the parks. Also when we stayed at the disneyland hotel We had went out to eat my son fell asleep so I ordered his food to go I had to throw it away as there was no microwave in the room to warm it up as he didn't wake up until the next morning which was a shame because I don't like to throw away food. Next year I will book again at this hotel... an added plus is that dennys is right next to it.. the prices are fair and service was good. Not overpaying for food like the restaurants near the disneyland hotel... Overall my experience was good

« Average hotel, not as nice as the surrounding hotels »

The rate was competitive but the bathroom was disgusting (bugs, mold, hair) and super small. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay here, very impressive! I would recommend the other hotels nearby over this one. Staff was very nice.

« Really enjoyed our stay here! »

We ended up staying only 1 night at this hotel because we decided to add an extra night to our trip & this was one of the few places to still have a room available. (We must have been lucky & snagged a cancelation because they're already booked up for when our next trip is!) Overall we loved it, I almost wish our whole stay had been here! The room was very clean & the hotel seemed quiet. The bed was very comfy. The front desk staff was very friendly! The breakfast was very good, the day we stayed it offered scrambled eggs, sausage, & roasted potatoes as well as danishes, donuts, toast, english muffins, bagels, & cereal. They also had coffee & juices. The breakfast room is located on the 3rd floor in front of the hotel & offered outdoor seating that looks right at the parks! It was a quick walk to the parks too! Parking was free, although there was an additional $5 "resort fee", I didn't mind because did I mention parking was free?? This is hard to come by on Harbor Blvd! I would love to stay here again!

« Clean, close to parks »

We have stayed at three properties near Disneyland and prefer this location. The amenities are similar to the another nearby Best Western but the breakfast is better here. Otherwise, it's a clean room in a hotel that was recently renovated and a short walk to the parks.

    4
    « Perfect for Disney »

The location cannot be beaten - just a short walk from Disney so you can save all your energy for the parks. We could watch the fireworks from our room in the evening. (3rd floor near breakfast room - thumbs up!) Breakfast is convenient and all included in the price. I would guess the breakfast items were probably heated up rather than cooked from scratch but there was a fair selection of hot and cold items every day and we saved money eating at the hotel each morning. Our daughter was a bit transfixed by the TV in the dining room showing cartoons. The bedroom decor is not very stylish and a bit tired but you get everything you need for a hotel of this price range. The air conditioning is noisy so we left ours off at night. We think this place is great value and have stayed here 3 times now.

    4
« Disneyland across the street. Perfect. »

Had the pleasure of staying here last month to visit Disneyland. So convenient and the Best Western staff friendly and hospitable. Best western are pretty much always clean and comfortable. We were able to watch the Fireworks from Disneyland from outside our room at night.

    « Great location! »

Stayed here 4 nights for Disneyland- can't beat location literally a 2 minute walk to parks and amazing not having to drive back and forth and night or wait for a bus when tired after parks all day. Great breakfast with lots of selection and hotel seems very secure and safe. Good hot tub and pool too which is nice after being in parks all day. Bed comfortable my only complaint would be our room smelled like urine after coming back each time no matter how much perfume was sprayed and that was a bit odd- room extremely clean just the urine smell was gross. Also would have been nice for hotel to let us know that our room was right below breakfast area since every day at 6:30am we woke up to people above scooting chairs and tables across floor and was very loud and hard to sleep through. Would recommend for location.

    « Great Stay »

The location was so easy to get to Disney. It was great not having to get in the car the whole weekend. The Breakfast Buffet that you offer was excellent. Starts your day off right. You save money and everyone likes to save money. Great job! Thanks.

    « Perfect location »

If you are going to Disneyland then this is a great place to stay. Location, location, location. Right across the street. Just a 5 min walk. Older hotel but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice for a quick bite before hitting the parks. Overall a nice place.

« Consistant quality time after time! »

This is my go-to hotel when traveling to Anaheim. The entire staff are always friendly and accommodating. While the 2 double rooms are a bit small, I would be hard pressed to find something to complain about. The breakfast is about the best you'll get at any hotel (that doesn't cook to order). It's spacious (a plus to me!), well stocked and has a wide variety of items. The beds are wonderful and I can always count on a great night's sleep! Here's a little hint: at night, go up to the 3rd floor to get a spectacular view of Disneyland!

    5
« Great location, friendly staff! »

Walk to Disneyland from hotel is about 5 minutes. So convenient!!! No waiting for shuttles. FREE parking and free breakfast! We would eat a full breakfast each morning before we went to Disney (what a money saver!). The staff at the hotel were so friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcome and like they would be willing to help us with anything we needed and they did it with a great attitude. We had a 3rd floor room and could see the Disney Fireworks from our room! Our room was clean with no issues. This is an older hotel but for the price, cleanliness, and location across the street from Disneyland it was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

    « Family Trip »

We stayed here back in the end of September 2015. I booked this hotel at last minute for a disneyland trip. This hotel wasn't originally where I wanted to book through, but I'm glad I did. PROS: We were running really behind and didn't check in till 12 hrs after check in time. But as soon as we arrived our room was ready for us to crash. About a 5 min walk to disneyland which was a plus, especially with a 4 yr old. Went back to the room couple times during our stay to take a short nap. Breakfast was provided. Decent breakfast with eggs, sausage, pancakes, some pastries and fruits. Just enough to fill up your belly for the morning. Staff was very friendly, and always had a smile and greeted you properly. CONS: Only problem we had was when we checked in, someone left the bathroom window open and the room was hummid. The bed sheets felt moist. Wanted to see if we could change rooms but I was so tired I just delt with it. Will we stay here again, yes we will.

    « Hotel review »

Literally 10 minute walk to gate of Disneyland. There are suites that can hold a bigger family. We could see the fireworks of disneyland from out hotel room-no need to fight the crowds. Good breakfast. You can take the Greyline Company express from LAX which drops and picks up about 100 feet up the sidewalk from the hotel (out in front of the other Best Western). round trip $48. Kids free. Walk west and turn the corner and there is a Cheesecake Factory. No need to pay Disneyland inflate prices. We also ate at the Denny's adjacent to the hotel and saved money. Outdoor pool slightly cold, but it was October. There is a resort fee, but I guess all hotels have them.

    « Disneyland resting place »

Best location to walk to Disneyland. Great showers, beds and quiet enough to get some rest before your next adventure into Disneyland the next day. No parking hassles or shuttles need to be taken. This place is perfect. Eating your free breakfast on the street balcony is fun. Can watch the employees skateboard to work in the morning.

Great location to Disneyland and local restaurant. Hotel was good. They say queen beds but more like full size. Very uncomfortable to sleep two full adults. I would stay again if they had bigger beds.

« Stellar location, wonderful service! »

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while attending a meeting at the nearby Anaheim convention center. My family was able to take advantage of its close proximity to the Disneyland Resort during my meetings. The breakfast room is wonderful and I enjoyed the fact that the hotel changed some of the breakfast items from the first day to the next, to keep the selections varied. The staff was friendly and helpful. I look forward to our next visit!

« Our stay at the Best Western Anaheim Inn »

We stayed at the Anaheim Inn for 3 nights. We flew into LAX and got a shuttle to the hotel. The guests services were friendly and our room was ready when we arrived. Exhausted after a day of travel, we relaxed a bit and decided to go to Downtown Disney for lunch. We came back to the hotel and crashed. The next morning, we met our son and DIL for breakfast at the BW Anaheim buffet located on the third floor. I must say, it was one of the best buffets I have been to at a Best Western Hotel. If you have a family with small children, this is the place for you. The offerings were hearty and tasty. Before you go into the buffet, you must show them your room key and your hotel room number. We would definitely go back to this hotel and stay if we ever get back to Disneyland. They had cereal (hot and cold), sausage, ham, potatoes, hard boiled eggs, fruit, danishes and donuts. This was a full blown breakfast. Denny's is next door, save your money and eat the the Best Western - it's included in your room rate! By the way, the room was clean and quiet.

    4
    « Convenient location »

We had a room second floor near the front; nice after a long day at the parks. The room was clean and comfy. Location was about a 10 minute walk to the park entrance. Good selection of breakfast items. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay near the magic!

« Ok Hotel, great location »

The hotel was ok, I like the Best Western Park Place Inn and Mini Suites better. These rooms are outdated, no central A/C. They would not let us take breakfast items back to our rooms, we have to get "permission" and then they had an employee follow us back to the room with the food. Also, many crickets in the room and bathroom, and the beds are horrible.

    4
    « Great Location! »

This was a great place to stay during our visit to Disneyland. It's across the road from the entrance to the park and has a pool for when it gets too hot at the park. The breakfast was okay, not great.

« Your Problem, Not Ours »

I chose this inn because it was very convenience to walk to Disneyland. I traveled with 2 boys and have 4 luggage for our 25 day journey in West Coast. During our stay, we planned to go to SD only for an overnight stay then come back to Anaheim before going to our next stop, Las Vegas. It would not be handy for me to bring all the luggage with us only for 1 day night stop in San Diego. Therefore, I asked the supervisor if they could keep our luggage only for 1 day. She said there was no room for keeping those luggage unless I was willing to pay 1 day extra for the room, but unfortunately they were all booked up. They could only keep luggage for a day, but not overnight. I promised there would be no valuable in our luggage only clothes and they could keep them in the same storage room they normally use for a day keep. But their attitude was like it was your problem, but our policy did not allow to keep luggage overnight due to security reason. This was not an attitude I expected from a reputable hotel chain like Best Western. At least, they showed willingness to help even only for a courtesy. Where was the customer service manner ? I asked the supervisor if I could talk to the manager with hope maybe she could help me to rent outside storage, as normally inn or hotel could hire 3rd party for luggage storage, but again the attitude was the same. I was devastated, it was really ruining my mood 1st day at Disneyland. I then booked at Hilton that night and rushed to move there early in the morning. I did not feel welcomed here, I must pack up and go. I would never think to stay at Best Western again ever.

« Just what we needed. Staff made this visit for Us. »

Booked 6 nights here as the Location was right across the road from the entrance. 5 mins door to door. Plenty of parking if you have a car. More of a Motel style hotel. Check in was fast and our room as ready early and could go in straight away on arrival. Our room was a good size with 2 queen beds. Microwave, fridge etc. Our room was towards the back of the property so it was quiet. Bathroom was small and a few small dead bugs in the bath which I washed down the sink. Tv was a good size. I was hoping for more of a healthy breakfast with more fruit and not so much sugary cereal and pastries etc. There was lots of breakfast choices to choose from just not what Australians would call Healthy. I had toast every day with Vegemite I brought from home. The breakfast never ran out and it wasn't too busy when we went with plenty of inside and outside seating. I didn't use the fitness centre but it looked adequate. The pool was small but it was fine for a swim to cool off or after a long day ay the parks. The spa was warm. I used the laundry and changed some money at reception for quarters to buy detergent and then use the washer and dryer. All machines were big and worked well. I used the computer at reception to print of our boarding passes and that worked well. The staff at reception were lovely and there was nothing they didn't know or couldn't answer. Check out was quick and efficient. They ordered us a cab the night before which arrived on time. I would totally recommend this hotel. Its not 5 star but we were never in the hotel but to sleep. It was far away from the fireworks that it didn't keep you up.

    « convenient stay »

So many restaurants and shops nearby made for convenience for the elderly who cannot walk very far. The breakfast which was included in the tarriff was quite adequate, and the elevators meant that there was no problem getting to the upper floors.

    « Anaheim vacation »

Very good hotel with free hot breakfast. Good service and friendly staff. There is an elevator plus outside stairs to get between floors. There is a small refrigerator and a microwave in every room. It is close to the entrance of Disneyland, California Adventure, and Downtown Disney plus the shopping and dining of Garden Walk.

    4
« Excellent location for Disney stay »

The location for a Disney trip is perfect - across the road from the main gates. The rooms are a bit small, but clean & tidy. Breakfast is included & is fairly good & an ideal meal prior to a big day at Disneyland. There is also a laundry on site which is very convenient & the pool is good. Overall, the Anaheim Inn is very good value for those on a budget & looking for an excellent location.

Should be the first choice to enjoy Disney as if you can feel Disney from this hotel. You have Denis next door and the Pizza Express and Tony Roma's for excellent steaks and sea food where you could share one item and will never forget the aroma.

« Great value just in font of the gate of Disneyland »

We have at 10:00 AM and park the Car and walk right to the gate of California Adventure land. at the next day we checked out at 10:00 AM but aloud to keep the parking spot until 6;00 PM at no charge. This was a saving of $34 for two (2) days parking. great savings at great convenience.

« Good value for Disneyland Resort area, close to main gate »

I read the reviews for all kinds of hotels in the Disneyland area before choosing this one. Some charged for parking. I chose this facility based on its proximity to Disneyland's main gate, the breakfast, and the reviews I read about it. There were 3 adults in our party, and we were all very pleased. It was clean, comfortable, well maintained. The breakfast was good--nicely prepared hot options as well the usual quick cold choices. I had friends staying at one of the Disney hotels--for all they paid for the room, they still had to pay for parking and didn't have free breakfast. Overall, we were very pleased with our choice.
