Best Western Space Shuttle Inn

We arrived and missed the flag that was faded and said check in. The roof is red and does not match the rest of the property. We drove around the property and let me tell you the backside is the place where the locals stay. There was a group bbq, others smoking off the balcony and people strangly watching your every move. As we rounded he corner towards the front we asked someone where you checked in. My husband went in and checked us in. He had the option of ground floor or top. He choose ground as we were staying one night before a cruise and did not want to take luggage upstairs. The room was on the local back side. There was someone upstairs watching us. I felt very uneasy. The room smelled like smoke. We were in a "non" smoking room but if people go outside and smoke on balcony or there is a smoking room adjacent to the "non" smoking room it does literally no good. Maitnance did bring us a can of spray, that did help. The location is near interstate. We went out to the National Seashore and came back after dark. There was adaquit lighting. The room was quiet. The bed was sufficient. Like others have said the bathroom is small but not much you can do about that. We had breakfast and there was plenty of choices including a fruit parfat. The location for the price was good. If the safety could be addressed and smoking this could be a better property.

My stay at the Best Western was very good. The only complaints that I have was that the Pool was closed and the breakfast area had a very bad smell about it so bad. I just got my coffee and left other than That the staff is very good and very interactive with its guests.

Bathroom was so small we could barely close the door and the fan sounded like a jet taking off! TV Channel selection sucked! Wanted to watch the Odyseuss moon landing (first USA moon landing since 1972) on a bigger screen than my phone but no CNN or ANY channel that carried this historic event. Come on, man!! Motel is right next to Cape Canaveral! Space Shuttle is in the motel's name !!! No weather channel of any kind. Internet was unbelievably slow .. when it worked!

I travel with a small dog, and indicated as much on the reservation. I was sent an online form to sign, and advised of the fee for my pet. I was fine with that but, when it was time to check out, the nasty woman at the front desk charged me a higher fee.. I said that I signed the online form sent to me which, in effect, was a binding contract, and I'd be happy to produce a copy. She didn't care, and forced me to pay a higher rate. She said the higher rate had been in effect for year. I asked why the higher rate wasn't shown anywhere, especially since, according to her, it had been in effect for year. After all, there had been plenty of time to update the website, the online forms, etc.. She had no answer. This was first thing in the morning, long before the aggravations of the day have accumulated. There was no excuse for her bitchiness and attitude. It was an unfortunate way to start the day, and so unnecessary. I'll patronize other establishments in the future.

We arrived Friday, February 9, 2024 to the Best Western Hotel in Titusville Florida. The front desk girls were very nice and sociable. I had booked a non-smoking room and when we went to the room you could smell fresh and stale cigarette smoke. I went back to the front desk and they put me in another room. However that had a very bad body odor smell in addition to dust, dirt, and a dirty washcloth at the bottom corner of the shower. The Fitness center had only 3 pieces of equipment: 1. There was a sign with instructions on how to utilize the treadmill, but there was no treadmill . 2. The elliptical was falling apart and made noise when you tried to use it. considering the clientele at this hotel (that I saw anyway) they didn't look like they would use a Fitness center or exercise and many of them had “Summer teeth” - Some are there and some aren't there . Breakfast was mainly carbohydrate types of food and since I have celiac there was really nothing I can eat. Besides that with so many people breathing on it and their hands touching everything. I'm sure it was all contaminated. Also the size of that breakfast room was so small compared to the amount of rooms in this hotel … thus very CROWDED and a good way to get flu A, Flu B, RSV or Covid. The condition of this hotel would equate to a $69 or less a night hotel. However we paid $169 plus tax.

This is a wonderful place to stay on the Space Coast. Easy access to everything in the area and you can even see and hear the Rocket launches. Staff are friendly and keep the facility in a clean and comfortable condition. The breakfast changes daily and is delicious.

I am a Best Western Rewards Club highest level member so I stay in a lot of Best Westerns. I took a chance and stayed at this place because of a free point stay. Not sure why they have any good reviews at all. Room: I had a second floor non smoking room. As soon as I entered the room I saw a garbage can next to the door with a cigarette butt in it. Unbelievable! Are they trying to set you up so they can say you smoked in the room and charge you a large amount? Never experienced this before.. On the floor by the door there were food crumbs all over. There were hairs on the shower wall. DISGUSTING The paint on the toilet seat was chipped and broken making it ruff. If you need to get an early start forget this place. Breakfast isn't until 7:30AM. In the hundreds of hotels I have stayed in NEVER have I stayed in one that has breakfast this late. And I saw the sign for breakfast that said "eggs with melted cheese in them." YUK who wants cheese melted in their eggs. Gross Thank god they are next door to a waffle house and that is where I went about 5AM. You may need to price the cost of a breakfast into your stay if you need to get an early start or don't want to eat the garbage they serve here. Even though it was cold outside I still saw several homeless people walking across the parking lot. Kind of makes you concerned for the security of your vehicle and belongings. There was no clock in the room. Very poor for a Best Western. I wouldn't stay here again if the room was free, which it was this time.

Awful. The room was dirty, including the sheets and the shower. The refrigerator and hair dryer were broken. They ran out of towels and the room had no soap. It was just gross all around. It felt like none of the staff cared or put effort into anything.

Old building, people hanging outside, sheets had little black thing on it and blood stains. Hair was in the shower. Checked out early, couldn't even sleep there. Pull your sheets all the way back!!

This hotel was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. We checked in at 9:30pm and left at 8:00am due to how awful it was. The room insulation was so bad that everything in the room was wet (floor, bed sheets, towels & pillows). I felt like I was sleeping outside and nothing was clean.

The room was not clean enough. The floor was dirty. Feel wet in bed. Not sure it is because of the weather in Florida. The shower room was terrible. The water splashed everywhere because there was no bath tub to hold it. The shower curtain was not enough.

This is a nice hotel for an overnight stay mid-trip. We were heading to the Miami area and stopped in Titusville overnight. Check-in was easy. Room was clean. And an added bonus was a restaurant (Beef O'Brady's Sports Bar) was on the property. I don't know if it is part of the hotel or just happened to be next door to the office but made it easy to have something to eat after a long drive. Good food and friendly staff.

Awesome staff and satisfied customer every division in the hotel was nice and friendly and helpful. Front desk made sure that we received the best rates and our rewards were correct. Housekeeper made sure that we had fresh sheets towels and rags daily. I can't complain I am very satisfied with my stay here at Best Western.

DISGUSTING! Run away now! Our travel agent booked this hotel for us. I won't be using them or a Best Western ever again.The property is run down. When i pulled up to the door and saw the smashed key card reader and surrounding area I didn't want to get my stuff out of the car and I am glad i didn't. FILTHY FILTHY FILTHY!. When you walk into the room is when you find the real surprise-Body hair, stains, bugs and lord only knows what else. When we went back to the front desk for help he would not issue a refund. He could not even get us a manager- she was only available via “messenger”. What a joke. This place needs to be shut down immediately.

Staff was great but property needs attention. Uncomfortable mattress, torn sheets, non-working TV, no chair in room, spider web under desk, dirty floors. Adjoining Beef O'Bradys is good. Breakfast good if you get there when the room isn't packed.

All aspects of the hotel need updating to align with Best Western guest expectations. A/C, lighting, furniture, plumbing, wallpaper, etc were subpar. We slept poorly due to warm room temperature and worn mattress. Jacuzzi tub/shower combo was out in the open with no curtain for showering privacy. The toilet was in a tiny room with no ventilation and the very old wallpaper was full of graffiti.

Terrible maintenance of grounds and room. Trash piled up by stairs never picked up. All fixtures in room rusted! Nasty table lamp, bed side lamp, lamp shade, luggage racks. Bed not smooth and crisp, linens crumpled and lumpy. Toilet rocks forward and so low and small thought I was in a grade school bathroom. Shower was next to impossible to turn and couldn't turn shower head to point water away from curtain more. shower curtain did not prevent water from leaking onto floor. Toilet roll holder placed inconveniently behind door and was loose. Table was tacky refrigerator was not set to a cold temperature took several hours to cool down. There was no tv channel list, unable to select channels from guide and unable to access local networks. Air conditioner was so load was unable to hear tv or talk on phone. Besides having tissue paper shoved in the door peep hole ( by the way no Kleenex) the most disturbing thing was the smell, MOLDY & MUSTY. Not any affordable options to change to other accommodations last minute on a Friday night in this area. The condition of property and my room was so disturbing that I would not even eat a food. So disappointed checked out as early as we could.

We traveled to Florida from WV to attend my uncles memorial service.We pulled in around 2:00PM and the staff had our room ready for us. The front desk lady explained about the breakfast bar and the pool and told us if we need anything to let her know. We needed a few more pillows and towels after we arrived , the staff had all that stuff to us within 30 minutes. The pool was very clean and the breakfast bar was excellent. I'd recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Very bad experience. Our room was very dirty, particularly the bathroom and toilet. It seemed it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and you could tell the previous guests were not very clean. We stayed for two nights and we were hopeful the room would get cleaned after our first night there. It wasn't. Avoid this place if you can.

This hotel was in the perfect place for a stay while visiting the Space Center. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The restaraunt was right in the building so no driving needed to go out for dining

This is a older Best Western but the Terrific Team ( Taylor & Summer & all their teammates) are working very hard to maintain a nice & very clean hotel with a friendly & helpful atmosphere. They are doing a Great Job!

We stayed at the Best Western the night before a cruise from Port Canaveral. The hotel is about 30 minutes from the port. Easy drive. The hotel is easy to get to - right off the interstate. The building was older, but it looked like there were recent upgrades. It was reasonably priced. We asked for a ground floor room and our request was accommodated. The floor was laminate. The room was standard hotel room that featured a desk with two chairs, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and the shower featured a dispenser with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There was no tub in the room, only a shower which was fine with us as that's what we have at home. The breakfast area was a separate building from the hotel and featured waffles, biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausages, Cheerios, Fruit Loops, yogurt, juices, coffee and some muffins. The attendant was very cheery and helpful. If you want something else, there is a McDonald's and a Waffle House adjacent to the hotel and a Cracker Barrel right down the street. Though our room was a nonsmoking room, we did smell smoke, but that could have come from outside or an adjacent room. It wasn't bad. Our neighbors overhead were apparently having a sock hop as there seemed to be a lot going on up there. Didn't complain to the hotel as we were just there for one night and that's always a chance we take when we ask for a ground room. We lucked out and got to see a rocket go up from Kennedy Space Center. All we had to do was stand in the parking lot. It was awesome! I have already recommended this hotel to my friends and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Will certainly stay here again in the future.

Our door looked like it was broken into. When we turned on the heat, the HVAC smoked and set off the fire alarm. (When we called the front desk she chuckled “It happens all the time from dust burning on the HVAC unit”)HVAC had no skirt so wire was exposed. No carpet on floor. A plain sheet for a bedspread. Bedskirt had large stains. Bath spigot so stiff I had to have my husband turn it both on and off. Internet never worked. Breakfast didn't start until 7:30! Workers were sawing concrete as early as 8 am and the noise was terrible. If this was the first BW hotel we would never ever book another BW hotel. But we stayed at 4 for this trip and the other 3 were just great.

Was driving all day and having a restaurant right next door was great so we didn't have to get back in the car for dinner. It seems more and more Best Westerns are having restaurants/Bars attached to them. They need to market this idea more!!

Be aware that this is a very old run down Best Western. The rooms are worn and unattractive. Our floor was sticky (bring flip flops). The bathroom vent was filthy. The furnace/AC unit beeps every time it cycles. The facility appears to house welfare recipients. We were very uncomfortable with some if the individuals loitering in the parking area. Homeless hanging out to the Circle K on the adjoining facility. The breakfast area is small but adequate. Food is the standard BW. It is run by only 1 person who tries her best to keep up, but there needs to be another person during busy holiday seasons. The office staff was friendly and courteous. Did not deal with any cleaning staff, but it appeared they were understaffed and the room wasn't up to standards (DON'T LOOK UNDER THE BED!) I would not recommend this facility and will not return. Needs to be defranchised and sold .

Friendly staff. Beautiful, clean breakfast room with a lot of items to choose from - eggs, sausage, corned beef hash (on alternating days), bisquits, gravy, waffles, in house-made yogurt parfaits, cereal, milk, juice and coffee. Location is close to numerous dining and shopping options.

I will give credit to the employees, the front desk staff, the maintenance workers, and he breakfast lady were wonderful. They took their jobs seriously and they're good at it. My concern is with the management or more correctly the policies. I stay at hotels for a good nights sleep, comfortable rooms, and clean linen. After a long day on the road, I don't usually read all of the laminated papers stuffed every where. After tracking down the laundry room, I was able to exchange my used towels for fresh ones. After returning very late to my room the next day, I found the policy stating that I had to call the day before in order to get the room serviced. This is because of health concerns for house keeping. However, the management doesn't mind cramming 20 to 30 guests into a small room for breakfast. I guess we are just carriers of deadly diseases looking to infected housekeepers. So the room was comfortable, but over priced for the service rendered and the housekeeping was nonexistent. A note to future guests, bring your own towels and you won't be disappointed.

This is hands down one of the worst motels I've ever stayed at. The room is filthy, the floors are absolutely disgusting, and the shower is full of scum and mold. There is an unknown brown liquid on the walls in the sink area, and the fixtures are falling off of the bathroom walls. This doesn't even begin to cover the sketchy activity happening outside, which is terrifying in itself. I cannot believe Priceline had this hotel rated at 3 stars. I chose this motel due to the proximity of the shuttle launch and space center, but I'm currently ready to pay for a second hotel just to feel safe. Do not stay here. I am so disappointed!!

Don't be fooled, this is a one star hotel at best. Filthy. Gross. Dirty florrs, bathroom, etc. 100% dump. Hotel is located off the highway. No good signage. Lots of homeless wandering around. Definitely not a family hotel. Stay away.

"Thea " was the young lady, that did our Check in. she was very professional, and made sure that I would receive all of my Reward points. Our check out was also very professionally handled, and fast. We did have 1 small problem, out room Microwave was not working. I contacted the office, and I had a new microwave within a few minutes. very fast and prompt service. The food, and accuracy for breakfast was well handled. We enjoyed our stay, and will gladly return. JOHN

I stay at Best Western Space Shuttle Inn in Titusville quite a bit and enjoy the relaxed, friendly atmosphere very much. They don't appear to have restrictions on the size of dogs that are welcome here, so it is much more pet friendly than other places. There is an abundance of dining and shopping choices within walking distance. The no additional charge breakfast is quite good and the gravy makes everything taste even better. They serve waffles, scrambled eggs, corned beef hash, bisquits, sausage, fresh fruit & yogurt parfaits and more. The staff is friendly and helpful. Come for the rocket launches and theme parks and stay for what Titusville has to offer for entertainment. Historic downtown Titusville has a nice coffee shop called Sunrise Bread Co where they serve deli sandwiches, scones, muffins and other baked goods. I'm not an expert on design terminology, but I think you would call the style of decor an eclectic combination of Industrial and Victorian. Other places of interest include a beautiful remote and unspoiled beach called Playalinda, a People's Choice Award winning bridge called the Max A Brewer bridge where, if you park either under it or in the adjacent parking area, you can get a panoramic view of the river, passing boats and NASA's Vehicle Assembly Building. It's also a popular place to fish and the parking is county owned so you can park, enjoy the view and use the restrooms next to the restaurant without having to patronize the restaurant or bar. You WILL want to patronize the newly opened Beef O'Brady's restaurant at Best Western Space Shuttle Inn.

Dead bugs in the room for a start! Black mold on the shower curtain! Have no idea how this was rated 3.5 stars in AAA! Tables evidently weren't cleaned due to staining. Was advised not to put my feet close to the wiring connection(open) as I may get shocked!!!

We came for a space launch so I understand supply and demand but when you're paying Manhattan level pricing, you should be doing your best to keep your hotel in the highest order. I dont expect Manhattan level service but I also don't expect the floors to turn our feet BLACK within 10-15 minutes. I dont expect to be adjusting the float in the toilet to ensure a proper flush (we were there 2 nights and had to do it 3 times). I don't expect to be ME hunting down a remote for the TV (I went to the front desk, they sent me the laundry room). I don't expect weird liquid stains to be GROWING on the shower floor. My son was on one of the beds and asked me what this thing is, I touched the bed spread and there was clearly a hard piece in the bed sheets. We tore open the sheets and there was some random plastic piece IN the layer of sheets, where it came from? I have no idea, I assumed plastic piece to the corner of the bed but HOW does one not notice that while making the bed. The bottom of the door didn't fully shut too. I know this because we could see outside light shining through. Even one of the drawers had a funk smell to it which I thought was ironic given the same drawer and a hotel note asking if we don't like the service to go to them. Maybe the owner/management should tour their own facility on the regular and not ask me to be their employee and report in, pffft.... The blackening of our feet was just SO gross, we wore our shoes anytime we weren't in bed. It was so bad my son and I were talking about going back to that town and he mentioned he specifically didn't want to stay at that hotel again... he's 5, pffft...

What can I say? Plumbling leaked on the floor. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work. No towel racks AT ALL. Ceiling acted like a bass drum head for the family above us. Staff courteous but not welcoming. Location for NASA launch GREAT! But we paid Hilton Garden Inn rates (at least) for Best Western "basic" accommodations.

I've been in dirty hotels before, but this was filthy. At $300/night I expect clean. Upon arrival, I found the toilet seat up. After placing it down, I found human feces on the seat. The chair next to the bed had blood stains on the arms & seat. Open electrical wiring on the air conditioner. I didn't take a shower because I couldn't be sure about the stains on the wall. Filth & disgusting. I will never stay in another Best Western. You should be ashamed to call this a hotel. Value? A total & complete rip off!!!

Overall, very pleasant motel with parking at the door, nice complimentary breakfast, pool. Signage at the road is small and the office isn't identified as such, but once found I was very satisfied and would stay again.

Not worth paying the lower price for this place. Terrible room condition and lack of service. Better to pay more and stay at a better place. Breakfast was ok with good staff. Location good but hard to find due to poor signage on street.

Very friendly hard working staff. Extremely clean room. Convenient location. Quiet. Only complaints: Took a very long time maybe 5 minutes to get hot water in shower. At breakfast, the scrambled eggs had meat in them which meant there were no good vegetarian protein choices.

I Love staying here!! Staff is great, they always go above and beyond.. The property is quiet. Their breakfast is very good. And never have had any problems with their internet. Overall I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

This is an old-style (conveniently located) hotel, but it has been refreshed and updated throughout, I would say. It was clean, safe, and everything in the room worked perfectly (I stayed in upstairs room 272). The owner Martha and her team (Thea) were wonderful and charming. I didn't need anything, but I felt that if I had any special requests they would "bend-over backwards" to help a quest out. The breakfast was fabulous (more like a real restaurant style breakfast) with a lot of different hot items and choices. I will be staying here again, and like some of the other guest that I met, will now be a steady, repeat customer. I had a perfect stay so I don't understand and really can't speak to the negative reviews.

Great hot breakfast. Had everything that we wanted. Close to everything. Rooms were good. Bed was reasonably comfortable. There was no musty smell. We stayed with our dog and she was made to feel very welcomed. Staff wonderful.

I can't even give this a one star not sure where AAA gives this even any stars let alone one. Lobby looked good - coffee available, breakfast good, and very nice lady at check in. From there it is all down hill. We only stayed because it was Women's State Tournament. Would have changed rooms but not sure if that would have helped at all. We were on the bottom floor in room 162. We left a day early because we couldn't do another day. Dates were Jun 8 to 13 but left early. A few updates on this could make it a nice hotel. I have stayed at many Best Western's and this was the absolutely worst. 1. Entry door shut but had to be locked to ensure it stayed shut and had about 1/2 inch cap at bottom of door where bugs came in. 2. Floor was uneven all over like it had flooded and they never replaced the floors. 3. Lamps were rusted and chairs outdated and very uncomfortable. 4. Dead bugs everywhere including in the shower. Cleaned up a lot on our own. 5. No housekeeping.. 6. Deck unsafe felt like I would fall through. 7. Pool tables dirty and moldy looking.

Check in was quick and easy. Front desk staff had a trainee and they both were nice. The key didn't work the next day but it was a simple fix. The room was what I expected. Older but most was okay. The floor needed mopping/cleaning. It was a laminate floor and definitely needed cleaning better. The room did have a moldy smell to it. We actually brought back a bottle of Febreeze when we went to the store. The hotel is close to almost anything you would need. Groceries, restaurants, etc. Breakfast was good. The staff kept the room clean and the food supplied. The pool area was good. The grounds overall could use a really good pickup of trash. But they appear to be having the same issues everyone is having...no staff. Any problem that I had was dealt with promptly. We will be back again as overall it was okay.

Do not stay here. there are several other hotels in the area that have to be much cleaner and modern. The outside is very dirty, and the rooms were not comfortable. Sheets and bed could use an upgrade. Shower was very small.

Just wanted a nice clean room to sleep for one night. Old hotel. Musty room. Not a lot of cleaning had been done to the room before our arrival. Woke up feeling horrible from moldy air conditioner unit to the sound of water pouring from ceiling in bathroom. Gross showers anyway. Unfriendly. Yuck. Way overpriced for what you get.

I wanted somewhere to stay to sleep basically as I was out all day and this place fits the bill. The bed was super comfy, the air con was good and the shower worked no issues. You get what you pay for and this is just the place for that. Parked outside the room too which is handy.

The location of this hotel is very pleasant and convenient. If you wanted to save gas and get some excercise, you could easily walk to the numerous surrounding restaurants and stores. It has nice green spaces - both at the hotel and the dining and shopping areas. There is a very large field in the back of the hotel that is lined with tall pines, oaks and other types of trees and a large pond where you can walk your pet. I have stayed in other hotels in Brevard County, and Best Western Space Shuttle Inn is by far the best. One other nice thing is that the parking lot and walkways do not flood when it rains like it does at another hotel I stayed at.

We stopped here in the middle of the night to stay on our way to the port for a cruise. The first room 179 we opened the door and got an overwhelming smell of mold and fish. Switched out the room to 185- this one smelled better -however it was disgusting. My 8 year old actually wanted to sleep in the car. The lady at the desk did nothing- acted like it was nothing. Literally feces on the floor, who knows what on the walls, and visibly soiled sheets. I will NEVER stay at a best western if this is their quality of hotels and customer service.

After a long pandemic time I came to 'my' BW Space Shuttle Inn in Titusville. It was like coming home to friends! Thank you Cindy, Martha, Elizabeth, Thea and, and, and...... I love to stay in your hotel and so do my friends. We'll come again, of course!

Our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and quite. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great. Lately so many pillows are postage stamp size. These were proper size for sleeping. A great variety of items to choose from for breakfast and well stocked.

I love this place and they accept my animals. As well as they don't break my bank by letting them stay here with me as well location is great right by 95 bunch of food to eat at different places and walking distance of all the restaurants as well as Walmart.

A bit overpriced, but the room was clean and well cared for. The pool was not heated, but was clean. The breakfast was okay. eggs and cold foods. was disappointed that there was no bacon or sausage or any type of meat. Overall, on a normal date I am sure, the price would be more reasonable but the room was nice and comfortable. Be aware that they only have double beds.

Room smelled dank and musty....got progressively worse over the 3 days. Shower drain was full of hair and long blonde hairs on the sink. Killed several bugs over the time we were there including multiple cockroaches!! Because of that, once we got home everything had to remain outside our home until it could be thoroughly checked to make sure that we had not brought any home with us.

If I had paid 50 dollars a night for this room, I might have expected it to be this bad. The door only opened with the key card when you pulled it a certain way after swiping the card. It usually took me at least 3 tries (I am a slow learner). The floor was so dirty that my feet needed to be washed after walking on it. The sheets on the king size bed were too small and could not stay tucked in. They only cleaned the room when you contacted the front desk and specifically requested, leaving that little card on the door asking it to be cleaned was ignored. The bottom of the doors in my room were swollen and coming apart. I assume that there was a flood and the doors were not replaced. The bed frame was also rusty (possibly due to a flood?). It looked like many of the people staying at the motel were long term residents (I hope they are paying a cheaper weekly or monthly rate). The people working at the front desk were very helpful and friendly.

Room was dirty and smelled musty and everything was broken. Check-in was through a glass window on the side of the building. Breakfast opens late; but there is a McDonalds next door. It has crack house vibes. Id understand if it was a $40/night hotel; but not a Best Wester. Won't stay again.

I was looking for a place to stay the night before a Cruise out of Port Canaveral. Everything nearby was ridiculously expensive. This room was half the price of the other hotels. The hotel is older, outside doors to the rooms. That was great for me because I needed to bring all of my luggage in to reorganize it before the cruise. I felt safe there as a woman traveling alone. I definitely recommend it!

Got this place thru Priceline and was shown a a 3 star. More like a half star. Staff was inattentive and unfriendly. Room had LVP floors that had not been mopped in a long time. Toilet wiggled like a bucking bronco and the walls and adjoining doors were so thin it seemed like the pickup/ hooker next door was in our room. The folks we were traveling with found excrement on the “clean” sheets in one of the beds. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!!

All the higher level brands were booked so we were glad to get this room. Property has been remodeled housekeeping is very poor. Dirty floors left bare feet black, hair and dust on sheets. Either dryer is not removing lint or worse, sheets were not changed. Could be a decent place to stay if it was cleaned up.

This hotel needs to be torn down and relagated to the history books. We booked a suite in order to get 3 beds. There were 2 full size beds and a pull out couch. The one nice thing was there were two rooms (they combined two normal hotel rooms to get a suite). Ceilings were about 7.5 tall, so felt very confined. We hadn't stayed at a BW before, and doubt we'll ever try one again. We made reservations the day of as we weren't sure where we were going to end up that day.

Be careful if you want to rest at this hotel. It is very very very noisy, not only from the street but you can listen clearly the other guests walking on another room. I couldn't sleep! No chance I would come back at all!!!!

I normally enjoy staying at BW hotels and seek them out if I travel and need to stay at a hotel. This one had a toilet that wobbled, shower curtain that was yellowish at the bottom. The room was generally smelly inside and had a skunky smell periodically outside, the sheets and pillowcases appeared old, had balling/pilling but the worst was the slimy floor. When I expressed my observances to the front desk staff, they were courteous but just excused many of the issues to the difficulties of the past 18 months.

the hotel staff was so sweet and polite and quick to help with any need i had. it was a joy from the moment i checked in. the front desk people were so quick and helpful not to mention polite. when i reached my room it was very clean and well maintained it smelled very clean also thankfully. it was such a restful night. such a quiet nights sleep (much needed by the way) then to make my restful night even better I woke up to a nice hot breakfast that tasted so good to my surprise and the breakfast staff were so sweet and polite also the breakfast room was so clean with a fresh clean smell. I will definitely be a return customer.

This hotel was chosen for us by Expedia after our original hotel cancelled our booking. Omg even if you are the Virgin Mary about to give birth, DONT TAKE A ROOM HERE! The young male receptionist was surly and disinterested. Upon opening the door the musty damp smell was evident, it also had a hint of tobacco smoke about it too. The room was grubby, the furnishings tired and sticky, and the bed linens old and bobbly, way past their sell by date. The shower had mould along the sealant and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned. We didn't have time to complain because we were rushing out to see an early morning rocket launch. Upon returning tired and grumpy we decided to give the room a go. Well then things got worse! The floor was so dirty that we were carrying dust and debris into the bed with our feet, so had to brush that off before turning the lights off. It then became evident that the huge gap under the main door would allow lots of wildlife in, so used a towel to lock that up. I then snuggled back down, then a gentle waft of urine crossed my nose! Urgh! Just urgh! Really! So shared the other bed with hubby, neither of us slept well, it was noisy and the tiny pillows are a joke! So the following morning we went to make a coffee to find bugs running around over everything on the counter!! Urgh! Couldn't wait to leave felt dirty and sickened did reception care? Nope just a shoulder shrug…. Please avoid this place!

Sheets dirty- coakroaches in the room- flees in sheets- lizzards in the room- Unfriendly lady in the rbeakfast room. Cigarette smell in the room. The room is simple but I was disgusted because the sheets smells as previously used. Something walked in my leg as soon as I sit in the bed, and jumped and my phone shatterd into the floor. I went to take a shower, and there were lizzards in the bathtub.. The toilet had some poop or dirty black. At night, I wake up to go the bathroom to found coakroaches walking which showed when I turn on the light.. My service dog was unwelcome in the breakfast room and the waitress lady harrased me to force me to leave.

This Best Western is conveniently located in a nice area with multiple restaurants, gas stations and discount stores. The room was clean, breakfast food was good and the staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel has been renovated in recent years and looks brand new.

Dirty floor in bathroom, strong moldy smell, gathering of men outside our room. Pool area closed at five. Just a BAD vibe at this hotel…booked a different hotel for the night. First time ever! We have stayin lots of Best Westerns but this was completely unacceptable.

Our check in was easy; the room was easy to find due to the map that the front desk woman gave me. The room was clean and didn't have any kind of smell; the bathroom was clean and the shower worked well. Only negative was some noisy neighbors in the next room; a guy who was staying in the room next door was working on a bicycle right outside of our door from 930 pm until I asked him to stop around 10:45. I didn't complain to the hotel; he politely stopped.

Was late when we arrived. Check in was ok. Room was kinda blah but we thought “clean”. Not the case. Moved the shower curtain to turn shower on next morning and almost puked. Hair in the shower in multiple places, dirt on floor of shower, shower curtain had gross stains all over it, toilet had hair and some type of liquid behind the actual seat cover. Got stung by a wasp twice while in the bed. Brought this up to the person who checked us out and her response was “oh I'm sorry” I can give you 500 points. She then said there's nothing so can do about the wasp sting, we are in Florida. I explained it happened in the room while I was in the bed. This franchise needs to be closed down. Never again.

The property is old and run down. lot of trashy people here that looks like a homeless shelter. breakfast is horrible. no housekeeping service, no friendly staff. breakfast dont bother unless you like rubber made eggs.. showers don't work work like leaky faucet shower head. I had two rooms doing my stay they where both the same...' dont stay here pure dump. go elsewhere"

Stayed here one night before a cruise. The front desk staff are pleasant, but the property itself is older and is falling apart. Saw wood boards up in some spots, roof looks damaged. Our room was okay, everything worked, but definitely could have been cleaned better. Dirt on floor when we arrived, found some bottle caps, dusty....and just didn't have a clean feeling. The price was decent but this is probably one of the worst Best Westerns I've ever stayed at. Definitely surprised this property has that name associated to it

The room was not cleaned (dirty towels, used soap bar, stuff in trash can, beds not fully made, dirt on the floor). The room smelled overwhelmingly of smoke. And not in the "one person smoked before us and broke the rules" but in the "the shower curtain smelled like smoke" kind of way. The front office staff didn't do anything about it. They didn't have an extra room to send us to, which if it was just the smoke we would have dealt with. But dirty towels? Used soap bar? We were not offered replacement towels or soap. We ended up paying $100 to stay 8 hours, and canceled our second day there. The front office did not offer a partial refund, or anything. We stayed in this hotel about 3 years ago, and it was fine for the price, but this experience has guaranteed we will not stay there again.

This is an older hotel, but very clean. The Staff was great. The A/C was great, it was quiet, the shower was perfect. The blonde at the front desk was very friendly and fast. I will stay there again if have the chance

I decided to travel with my husband and brother-in-law to KSC, so we needed a place to stay that was comfortable and on the cheaper end. Best Western gave us a great experience! We aired out the room when we first got there and reset the fridge. Everything was pretty good, minus the fan in the bathroom. We made it out to the pool since there was a hurricane warning out for the beach, which ended up being the peace we needed for the afternoon. When we had ran out of tissue and soap, staff were readily available to deliver some items even late into the night. Definitely would recommend if you're looking to stay in a decent spot for a little while.

Oh my God. Filthy. Open opening the door it smelled musty. My husband looked around and discovered bottle tops and hair balls under the bed. A lot of each. The bed had stained covers & pillowcases. The floor was sticky. The shower curtain had unidentifiable brown spots everywhere. The door bottom was rusted and you could see daylight by at least 3/4” at the bottom. We complained to housekeeping and front desk personnel. All we got was “Oh my. So sorry “. If you are considering this—don't.

While the person at the service counter was nice and professional, the rooms were not clean. First, we were given a room that had not been cleaned. We were reassigned to a room that clearly smelled of cigarette smoke. Water from the shower only unit ran from the stall into the separate sink area. This made the floor very slippery.

Front desk lady was very nice. Put me on the backside of the property. Man in a car doing drugs, multiple people hanging around, what sounded like a drug deal going on. Bags of cloths and trash all over the place. Moved to a different room, blood on the lamp shade. Front desk clerk refunded all of my money. This place is in desperate need of a overhaul top to bottom. Don't recommend staying there until that happens. Calling BW Corperate when I return home. First negative experience ever with a BW property.

This hotel was not a good choice, even for 1 night. The girl at the front desk was very nice and accommodating by moving us from a smelly room in the rear of the building where there was garbage laying around outside and guys smoking weed to a room in the 2nd floor front. That room was not cleaned properly (toilet was filthy & backed up), breakfast was hot but terrible, and housekeeping carts lined the front walkway. Then we opened the door in the morning to find multiple cigarette butts in front of our door. Ugh.

I have completely enjoyed my stay at Best Western. Everyone here are so helpful and friendly.I'm very impressed that all of the Staff greet me by name. I look forward to staying at Best Western in the future.

Best western space shuttle inn reaked of marajuana,obvious drug users living there,people smoking,drinking hanging out on stair wells partying.I felt very unsafe staying there..broken down cars and no water pressure

When I read the reviews on line I was a bit frightened about staying there. I was pleasantly surprised. From check in to check out the service was friendly and prompt. The rooms were clean and updated. The price was exceptional. I am so glad that I did not change my reservation or listen to reviews.

Just stayed here this past weekend and I am so happy with the upgrades. If you had stayed there in the past and were concerned because of the dated rooms please give it another try! The staff was super friendly and will do anything to accommodate you. Also the pool area was very relaxing and breakfast was better than expected. Give this hotel a try and I'm sure you won't be disappointed! They did everything in their power to make sure I had a great stay and the location was perfect right off of the highway. Thank you to Martha and all of her staff! They do such a great job and the rooms are so clean!

Great staff! Good breakfast! Clean rooms! Went for the space related activities and the staff certainly supported our trek with some great shared stories! Recommended if you don't mind the short drive to the space related sites and activities!

The room reeked of smoke The sheets were dingy. The blanket was filthy and gave me Scabes. I had to work all day in pain, and am getting medical attention in hopes of not spreading it to others. I had to wear a rubber glove to keep it from spreading .

Very convenient to i95, many amenities the continental breakfast exceeded my expectations it was hot and delicious with good choices. One downfall is room smelt like cigarette smoke and the ac was loud. The conditioner and body wash was out however the front desk was accommodating with giving me little bottles. Being close to I95 and convenient to many areas is a definite plus.

Most of the tenants appeared to be there as a last resort. They are totally disrespectful of other visitors. Loud music every night.. Hollering and screaming from adjacent rooms. Babies in the pool with diapers on. Loud vehicles in the parking lot, with music that shakes the walls. Calls to security were effective for 5 minutes. Front desk night workers were simply rude. They blamed it on Homeless people that were there because of COVID-19. Kids throwing rocks from the pool to he parking lot.. Best Western used to be my 'Go To' place to go...I'll never again visit their motel in Titusville FL. I would suggest that you drive through the parking areas BEFORE you sign the papers. Seven days in this ghetto has made me re-evaluate Best Western policies.

We arrived a day before check in at a local resort and have stayed at this Best Western in the past so we called a head and got a room. Quick check in and out clean room, tasty breakfast. Will be staying here again in a week and looking forward to it. THANK YOU !!!!!!

The room was so dirty that we couldn't even think of spending the night there. The shriveled, dead lizard under the table was a dead giveaway that the floor had not been thoroughly vacuumed. The sheets were worn and looked dirty. The weather stripping under the door was half missing, so who knows what could crawl underneath (besides the lizard!). It smelled like a previous guest had been smoking and the odor was embedded in the drapes. The room looked nothing like the photographs. The air conditioner was really noisy. There was something that looked like spilled orange soda in the refrigerator. Totally disgusting, we left without spending the night.

The staff was very friendly, they always said hello. They were also very helpful. When my keycard didn't work one of them went back to the main desk to fix it. The only problem I encountered was that the gaming WiFi would cut out, but considering most places don't even have this option I would say they are a 10/10 based on price, amenities and staff. Great breakfast too!

Thea at the front counter is AWESOME!! She went above and beyond that extra mile to to give great customer service! I stay at the Best Western in Titusville at least 1 to 3 nights a week and she had told me about emailed promotions that I had no idea I was missing out on that we're going into my spam folder. Little did I know, I had a free stay and 2- $25 gift cards waiting there for me! Thank you Thea for being so great at your job and making sure your guests are made aware of the Rewards Promotions!! Took a chance on this place. Been coming down for years always staying at the Ramada across the street. But their price was cheaper this time. So I went with them. I was overwhelmingly impressed with my room. Was very fancy like the other hotel. Many thick and soft pillows. In the shower connected to the wall they had 3 dispensers. They were shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Think I got the whole unit to myself because of social distancing so no noisy tv's or people outside getting loud. Stayed in room 108.

Love this property. Everyone is super friendly. Really enjoy the staff. Very clean rooms. Martha always has a welcome smile and a joke. The breakfast room serves some good eggs and sausage gravy. Highly recommend.

The internet would not connect in the room. I had to leave because of this and go where I could get internet for work purposes. This is a remodeled older hotel. The beds were extremely hard. Musty odor in room.

Bathroom door loud and hard open and shut. Felt it awkward for shower not to be easily accessible to your toiletries on the vanity. Lost Tv during a show, however it was fixed in a reasonable amount of time.

In addition to scary looking characters roaming the property, my room door flew open at midnight, scaring 10 years off my life, and waking my baby who didn't go back to sleep. The night supervisor, Jeff, had double booked my room. Since we had to stay up all night, I let him know how hard it is to get a toddler back to sleep. He was indignant and unapologetic. Don't stay here, they don't care what kind of stay you have.

Had driven solo over 600 miles that day and had to stop. Husband said reviews were ok so I called and made a reservation. Got there and took shoes off. Thought the floor felt funny. Took a hand towel and stood on it and scrubbed it around with my feet. Picked up the towel. It was filthy (pictures posted on google review). Beyond filthy. Not a little dirty mind you. Took a shower, warily, and laid down all available towels on the floor. The floor was dirty in ALL areas. Called the front desk and they offered to bring another stack of towels. This is how I moved around the room, walking on towels. After a while I thought I ought to check the remote. Took a washcloth to it and it was also brown with dirt. I really have never been so grossed out by the conditions in a hotel room EVER. Not a germophobe. A germophobe would have a heart attack in this room. The richest moment was looking at the laminated sheet on the desk which detailed their exceptional cleaning methods performed during the pandemic. Stay far far away. BTW except for this night I stayed on my very long trip at H**lton chain properties which were spotless.

We had a good experience with the facility. I read previous reviews about noise coming from the second floor. We heard the occupant upstairs but that is expected in a 2 story. Nothing bad enough to move to another room. The A/C worked well. The recent renovations look very nice, inside the rooms and outside. The breakfast area was nice although we were not permitted in, just the grab and go meal due to safety precautions due to the virus.For the cost of the room, a very good experience. The king bed was very comfortable also

Decent economical place to lay your head for the night. Location is great if you are going to the Space Center or on a nature tour. The A/C was intermittently loud and the room was a bit humid (like the towels and wet clothes were not dry after hanging up overnight). The other guests staying around our room were pretty loud and we spent about an hour trying to figure out if the people above us were bowling, having a foot race, or moving furniture for 3 hours. Around 11pm, we finally called the office and the noise stopped about 5 minutes later. If you are on a tight budget, this is a good choice. If you've got a bit extra to spend, maybe choose another place.

I'll start off with the good- the beds were comfortable and I liked that the floors didn't have carpet. The bedroom was very dusty, but I wouldn't have thought much about it, if it wasn't for the disgusting bathroom.. The nastiest part was the wash rag that the housekeeper had fanned out as decoration, had dry snot blood all over it- not a stain. It was in the back of the rag, but how could one not have seen or felt it when fanning it out as decoration??? The bathroom was covered with hair. One of the bath towels was filthy and just folded up for use- again not stained. The bathroom door wasn't properly aligned and didn't open, close, or lock without a lot of force. The body wash was empty and the shampoo was almost empty. The shower soaked the bathroom floor and we could never get the water to a warm temperature- always scalding hot or freezing cold. It was an absolutely disgusting restroom and if we hadn't had already driven for 16 hours with young children and were literally waking up in a few hours, we would have left. When I brought these issues to the front desk manager, she just stated that she was surprised and that her best housekeeper cleaned our building. Didn't seem to care at all. If this was a hotel 6 and I paid $80 then I'd know what to expect. However, this hotel was waaay overpriced for the quality and cleanliness. I would never stay here again and would never recommend.

We stayed here before before we drove to the west side for a few days. Easy to find, fast check-in nice staff. Clean rooms with excellent wifi. Very tasty breakfast and wonderful hard working server. Check-out was just as fast. THANKS for a wonderful stay.

I was not unhappy with accommodations, just price; however, it was convenient for my Sister & I to stay and get errands accomplished. I have not spent a night in a hotel with wioth my ister ion a yer, so I wish it could have beeen more impressive.

I was assigned and the heat didn't worgk in any of them. It was in the 50s outside (cold for Floridians) and the heating couldn't make the room comfortable. It looks like the management is renting rooms for some kind of subsidized housing arrangement. Lots of little kids running around including in the room above mine. The restaurant is closed and boarded up. The rooms were clean but noisy and cold.

A nice, clean, & economical place to stay for the Daytona 500. The crew working there are very pleasant, friendly, & helpful!!! This property is about 40 minutes from the track depending on traffic. I will continue to stay here for the Daytona 500!!!

Clean room,nice staff,. I wasn't totally in love with the location but I understand it's beside the interstate and it is what it is. It was full of people going to the races so the crowd was good don't know what it would be like on any other time frame. But my experience was good it was a good value and the staff was wonderful

Excellent service the staff was very friendly and helpful the hot breakfast was very delicious the man serving and cooking was great he served over a hundred of guests and most of them children and he did an amazing job. The rooms are very clean and comfortable it's quite very good stay

The staff was extremely pleasant & helpful. The room was clean. The body wash dispenser in the showerwas empty but bar soap was in the room also. Plenty of places to choose from for dining. Breakfast was delicious & had everything & anything you could want.

I booked this room because I thought it was a hotel. But it is a motel. Get a room on the ground floor and walk six steps to the front door of your room. I don't prefer motels since you can hear every stereo system, car alarm, door lock honk, and screaming kids outside your door. Also, the bathroom shampoo and body wash dispensers were either empty or did not work properly. Unfortunately, until you take a shower in the morning before you check out, you won't know there is an issue. I called the front desk to let them know after my shower, but of course it is too late for them to correct the problem because the bad experience has already occurred. But, it was a good place to stay for the value comparison of other properties.

This was a clean hotel with good breakfast every morning and well located so we could go to the Kennedy Space Center for the day or drive to Wild Florida (about an hour away but we were traveling in the area)

I requested a nonsmoking room was told it was and it was NOT! The room smelled terrible and they did not fix it or change my room. You get what you pay for. Hair on floor in bathroom and shower. Disappointed

We checked in after 4 and had a little hitch when our reservation was not in the computer, but we had a printout of our Groupon confirmation so the gal at the front desk put our reservation in manually. The room on the second floor in the back building was renovated and clean and the fridge and microwave worked fine. The bathroom was tiny with just a commode and shower. The sink was outside. The TV worked well. The breakfast the next am was good and included hot waffles, hot eggs and cereals, yogurt and fruit and bread and danishes. The breakfast room was spotless. In all we got a great deal and I recommend this Best Western on the way to Kennedy Space Center.

The toilet did not workin in the middle of the night and no one was available to fix it. We were not offered another room since we were checking out. We had to go across the street to Denny's to use the toilet. We only stayed for one night. The mattress needs to be change ASAP. On the positive side, the room was clean and the hotel is located about 15 mins from KSC.

This is an old 2 story renovated hotel. The sound proofing between floors is not good. We heard foot steps, suitcases being rolled, and all movements. Nice shower dispensers but the soap was out in one of our rooms and conditioner in the other (left a note & response was they were out:( Beds are double & not queen. I wiped hair out of the shower edges & bathroom corners.

As expected, fine for the price. Clean comfortable room, slow check in, back parking lot a bit sketchy, decent breakfast options. Good location for visiting all of the local attractions. We got a combo drive and sleep deal from Go Port.

We were visiting Titusville, FL to go to the Merritt Island NWR and chose the Best Westers "Space Shuttle in for our one night stay. Although management has spent "wasted" a lot of money on upgrades the installed toilets that are very small and placed in the bath room in a position that makes them IMPOSSIBLE to use. Hotels this bad give BW a bad name. If this were my first BW stay, it would have b een my last.

Visiting family and brought our three dogs. No hassle. No extra charge. The room price was decent. The hotel is slightly dated but clean and complete with all required amenities. Bathroom is a little tight but functional. Staff were very friendly. We did have trouble with our room keys but no big deal. We do wish we were told that the adjoining restaurant (Durangos) had relocated and there was no restaurant on the premises. We will stay here again.

We were pleased with this hotel. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Room was clean, had coffee maker and breakfast was pretty good. It was only a few minute drive to causeway to see launch. My only negative evaluation was that the price-point for this class of hotel was high. Overall, however, my family and I were pleased with our stay, and, as a side note, the mattresses were very comfortable.

The staff at checking and breakfast area were extremely helpful and polite. The room was very adequate for the price. Easy to get to right off the interstate. The breakfast was very good with waffles and sausage.

Our family stayed one night prior to cruising from Port Canaveral. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only negative aspect was the breakfast area is way too small for the number of guests. If this a major concern, there is a waffle house next door.

The rooms appearance was good but when you looked a little closer things were not what they seemed. Water temp very slow to come up, floors turned socks and feet black, the TV didn't always work, the noise from the storage pods on site begun at around 7:30 am and was very loud. The breakfast was the only highlight.

Not the greatest. Smelled musty but seemed very clean. The desk help wasn't a lot of help. They rambled instructions 90 mph and just could care less attitude. The bed was ok but not queen size. I would stay someplace else next time. BTW, if you are there for the launch.. the launch is incredible!!

The hotel was an issue for us, Best Western, Titusville...Beware. Our first room had one live and one dead bed bug. We found this as we were going to bed at around 11pm and, for me after a long day of driving, was a disaster. I went to the desk and the night auditor didn't apologize or even seem concerned but gave me a new room in a different building. I went to check it and it only had one bed (we have 4 people). Went back and he said all he had was a smoking room. I said that was unacceptable and told him he needed to call another hotel then. He came back with another room that had just been refurbished. We found no bedbugs and I slept fine, yet my wife was worried all night. TV and selection was fine. Hair dryer kept tripping it's breaker. Breakfast was fair at best, but the attendant was very friendly.

When I opened the door to room 182 i smelled a terrible musty odor. I would have walked out but I had already paid for this hotel. As my husband said you can't paint a pig and expect it not to be a smelly pig. The next morning I killed a cockroach on the floor next to our luggage. Do not stay at this hotel!!!!

Rooms were okay. Heater wasn't working had to change rooms three times before we could get settled in. First room the heater set off the fire alarm. Second room, I opened the door and the room was already occupied. So glad they were not in the room when I opened their door

Loved the staff, rooms were clean, great internet speed. Beds were comfortable and shower was warm, great parking and was located close to shopping and restaurants, also had a restaurant on premises. Definitely recommend.

The staff and property manager has always made are stay as comfortable as can be. They treat my family like one of their own. Even our dog is very happy. He has a place to run at in the back of the motel.

Upon checking in we found hair in the bedding and on the bathroom door. Room was obviously not cleaned well and linens not changed. We were part of a large group with are kids high school band, almost all of which had issues with there rooms. One of which found a half empty beer in there room upon check in. Avoid this hotel.

Got a school group visiting the space coast? This motel (yep, a older two-story motel) ain't the fanciest, but what it may lack in panache it makes up for in service. The rooms for our school group were pre-checked in, and the desk staff made it easy and efficient. The breakfast was a little better than average too. Only complaint was the old dirty sock we found under our bed. Starbucks, McDonalds and Waffle House next door or across the street.

I arrived at property in Titusville very late. Front Desk staff answered phone quicklly when I was searching for a place to stay; when I arrived, front desk clerk was very efficient, knowledgeable, very helpful, and very pleasant. Room was quite adequate, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was satisfying and staff helpful, polite, and efficient.

Beautiful gem - give it a chance! This is an older place with entry to each room from the outside - at first I was nervous, but impeccably clean and great landscaping. Really pretty. In process of remodeling, but even the older rooms (we had king) are nice inside and bright and cheery

Overall this day was decent a lot of construction and the restaurant still closed but McDonald's Taco Bell and other restaurants really close by and store is all in walking distance the rooms are comfortable most people are friendly breakfast is great in the pool is nice

We stayed here to visit Kennedy Space Center and had a very enjoyable stay and visit. The breakfast was excellent and pool patio outdoor eating option was a welcome choice. If you miss the breakfast, you are right next door to a Waffle House.

Took over an hour to get into ONE room. First room had the door wide open on the backside first floor open to the woods. Second room assigned would not open. Third room assigned would not unlock. Fourth room opened. The room smelt strong of dampness and dirt. The room was not as clean as you would expect for checking in.The whole property looks like its undergoing a modernization to a 2010 look. The bathroom was too small to maneuver in. Questionable persons wandering around the building and parking lot. Large piles of garbage scattered around the parking lots. Over priced. Only stayed because it was late when I arrived and no hotel I would want to stay in could offer a reasonable price.

No problems, good breakfast, quiet. I see I must add to this review. I have little else to say, I was happy with the experience as I was not expecting luxery accomadations for my stay. I was treated well by the staff and was very pleased with the condition and cleanliness of the room. For example, I was booked at an Doubletree hotel in Orlando for my return to Atlanta and I was treated very poorly and I refused to stay there. The cost was exorbidant and the staff was rude and inefficient. I was given the run around by the persons I had the misfortune to deal with and I still have not cleared the credit charges I encountered while being charged for prepaid rooms. I will never stay at another Doubletree Inn again.

Have stayed at this hotel before and we always come back. The staff actually cares if you are enjoying your stay. They go out of their way to assist you. The rooms have been refreshed and the breakfast is really quite good.

We stayed here one night on our way to the KSC. It is a basic Inn with a great location (food, gas etc. is nearby). Our room was recently renovated and was clean. The breakfast room is a rather small. The staff was friendly.

It is a very basic hotel rating rather low in cleanliness and breakfast quality. The staff is co operative but cannot do much other than changing rooms or giving free upgrades. The general quality of the hotel is not up to the mark.

Nice place, good value, great staff! This was our evacuation spot for Hurricane Dorian. Made reservations online at the Best Western site at last minute and were able to get the rooms we wanted (might have helped that I'm a member of their rewards program). Would stay here again.

Very nice older but updated hotel close to the interstate but not right on it. The steak house that was on property has moved to the other side of the interstate. There are a couple of "fast food" places within walking distance. The room we had was right above the workout room that no one used. There was a weight machine, stationary bike, elliptical trainer and some free weights. Breakfast was nice with scrambled eggs, corned beef hash or sausage, do it yourself waffles and the usual toast, muffins, cereal etc. Nice sized room. The A/C unit seemed to be under powered. The room near the A/C unit was cooler than the back of the room away from the A/C unit. Nice sized pool. Bottom line I would stay here again.

This was a handy location for staying in Titusville. It is under remodel but didn't find that to affect our visit. We never heard any noise from the construction, nor did we hear any traffic noise. Actually, this is one of the quietest hotels we've stayed in. The room itself was fine, clean, had a microwave and refrigerator. The sink area was newer, but the shower, toilet room was older. It was clean, but dated. The shower faucet had some rust and was nearly impossible to pull out, but water was hot, water pressure could have been a little stronger, but again was fine. Towels were fresh, clean. One day housecleaning forgot to make our bed. We know they were in because we had fresh towels and empty trashcans. Plenty of choices at breakfast. Downside was they had a hot water heater problem one morning so no "regular" breakfast that day. Danishes and coffee (only) in the lobby. Lobby was clean and modern, had computers for use. We are frequent Best Western guest so they had a welcome bag for us with water and snacks. A nice touch. Would go back.

While being very close to I-95 this location has everything on site. Theres a convenience store next door and they have a Bar and grill on site. The old one was Durangos and they moved to the other side of I-95 but expect a new restraunt to be up and running by the end of 2019. Theres also a Dennys across the street. Its also just a few minutes from the local museums such as the Space Museum, Warbirds Museum, The Police Hall of Fame and museum and NASA. The hotel books up quickly and its very adviseable to make a reservation since they can book up quickly. Especially when theres a bad wreck on the interstate that shuts down the highway.

The staff is very helpful and friendly they make my son feel right at home we'll stay here again and other best westerns when we travel again the staff even talks to our dog like their own there's a great dog park out back with a gazebo

We were there for a family birthday and needed a place close to the restaurant we wanted to celebrate. Rooms were nice, just onr of our rooms had a lingering cigarette smell. Not sure if they were close to a smoking room, but in the hotels defense the people staying in that room didn't want to say anything. We only spent one night but had we stayed longer we might have asked for a different one. The rooms were clean and there breakfast is amazing!

A friend and I had a double room for a Friday and Saturday night. While the room seemed clean, my friend had a serious allergy attack (she thinks it was because of the pillows). The bathroom had some dark areas around the bottom of the shower and the shower head was shooting a stream of water at the ceiling, causing a small area of the ceiling to fall into the shower. The toilet needed to be flushed twice every time we used it. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked even close to 9:30. I agree that the hotel seemed a bit sketchy, but it was convenient to the things we wanted to do. Glad we got a good price on Groupon!

We stayed there while visiting friends on the Space Coast. The room itself was pretty good, but the outside was a little sketchy. The place is under renovation, but the area around it seems to be deteriorating. There were all the creature comforts, it was clean and the bed was good. We were very disappointed there was no Bible in the room. They have a pool, which I cannot vouch for, and an exercise room that looked pretty good. The breakfast was better than I expected, although it was crowded by the time we got there. I will say they were continuing to renovate, and it was pretty quiet considering there were two large dogs in a room downstairs. I would give them 'good' - better than average but not VERY good, if I had that option. BTW, be ready to whip in - they are RIGHT off the expressway behind the Waffle House.

Housekeeping was terrible.. we stayed there 2 nights but we meant to stayed there 3 but because the room was dirty we stayed only 2.. Under the bed was super dirty.. they probably never cleanse under there..

Even after switching our room "3" times... it just kept getting more and more disgusting! The bed in EACH room looked like they'd been slept in the floors and carpet was filthy, the counter areas were sticky, the refrigerator and microwave were DISGUSTING! I TOOK PICS BECAUSE THIS JUST WASN'T RIGHT!

Used this hotel for a quick visit to the Kennedy Space Centre to view the recent SpaceX Falcon Heavy launch - - for this the hotels location is superb - - - it's only a short drive into Titusville and only a few minutes more to reach the KSC. Older style property but with recently renovated rooms which have been fitted out very nicely. Coupled with the friendly staff and a great (but small) pool area there really is nothing to dislike. For a couple of nights visiting the area, this hotel is great and well worth considering - we enjoyed it.

Good place, convenient to NASA, has a convenience store on one side and a McDonalds on the other. Easy access, good parking. Several restaurants and gas stations nearby. It apparently used to have a very good steak restaurant, but it seems a shame the restaurant just closed.

There were drunk people sitting outside their rooms drinking all day, large garbage bins in the parking lot that attracted flies that got into the room and made it smell disgusting outside, Internet passwords didn't work, the air-conditioning in the room was extremely loud and the staff were clueless although they were friendly.

I see from my previous review it was 12 years since I last stayed here, for my previous visit to the Kennedy Space Center. I enjoyed my 3 night stay here last time but I enjoyed it even more this time. Once again we were allowed to check in early as the drive from Orlando isn't very long. The staff on reception were so pleasant and helpful. I still love the Space Shuttle in the lobby! (Not actual size!!!) It is an ideal location for visiting Kennedy as you would imagine. Our room was very large, very clean and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and I slept really well. The room was well cleaned every day. The breakfasts were brilliant. The gentleman who looks after the breakfast room is wonderful- he is so courteous and friendly-absolutely do not miss his apple and cinnamon parfait, he makes them himself and they are the best start to the day! I found the hotel very good value for money and I'd stay again.

On arrival one staff member I was miserable and the other staff member was helpful. Out room smelt of urine. The shower was okay. They make you sign a form saying that you can't sue them for anything. Considering the plugs are being crushed against the bed and mattress and twisted and they were hanging out ready to shock people I found this ironic

The place had some good points, but overall was not a good value. Rooms were more like what you would expect at a price point around thirty-five dollars less. Noisy air conditioner. Ants crawling around plumbing. Musty odor. No where to put items like soap and shampoo in the shower stall. Had to set them on the floor. Would not stay there again.

checked in bathtub was still dirty, had a ring around it. Bed had dead bug under blanket. Counters were dirty, I'd rather sleep in my car. Questionable people hanging around. Chair in room was stained and had dust and dirt on seat. No coffee pot. ice bucket sitting upside down on dirty counter. towels looked dingy. Lady at front desk was pleasant only nice thing I can say about this place. Booked and paid for in advance so I will have to wait to get my refund.

Front desk lady was nice. This is the only good thing I can say about this place. We were put in the back where all the construction materials were (May have been 10 cars in the parking lot). The room was musky and dirty. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned EVER. There were illegal drugs being used in the parking lot. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. The security of our room was top notch! STAY AWAY! Pay the extra and go somewhere else.

Very nice and comfortable Newly renovated rooms With restaurant on site. The ladies at the front desk were awesome they get you in-and-out when no problems. Rooms were fully Stocked, beds were comfortable.

Daughter and I stayed overnight before taking a cruise out of Port Canaveral. Location was perfect and very convenient to I-95. Checked-in after 11pm and the desk clerk was very efficient and polite - only took a couple of minutes to get us checked in! Room was recently remodeled and found it to be very clean! Beds were comfortable and cozy. A/C unit was a little noisy, but it kept us comfortable and that's all that mattered to us! Free breakfast was included and consisted of muffins, fruits, yogurts, and a few other edible items. Would book again if I am in the area!

What you should expect from a Best Western. This was a one night stopover and it served us well. Nothing wow, but fast check-in and a clean room. Complimentery breakfast is nice when you just want to get up and get on your way fast.

We had our grandson here in Florida for a few days, so we visited the Kennedy space center and needed a room for one night. Because of its location we booked this hotel. This hotel is going through a remodel. It is a smoking hotel, so be aware. We got one of the newly remodeled rooms. Whoever is doing the remodeling needs to find another vocation. Paint drips on the new floor and not cleaned up. One outlet was ready to fall out of the wall, the bath door had a hanger to place your wet towel but when I went to hang the towel, the hanger started to fall out, so I stopped, no shelves to place shampoo or wash in the new shower, I guess you put them on the shower floor. Did I mention it only was a shower, no tub. I had to wash to shower down before my wife saw it. Hair from a previous visitor was clinging to the walls and shower pan. The toilet was so close to the wall you could not get to the bath tissue as it was stabbing you in the side. The AC unit was very loud. The room we were assigned was a double and the beds were very old and worn, very difficult to sleep on. This hotel only has double or king bed rooms, no queens. Something I failed to notice when I made the booking. Breakfast was OK, only instant coffee though. I gave this hotel a two star only because of its location. To be sure, this BW is off our list.

This motel is perfectly located if you are traveling in the area and visiting the Kennedy Space Center. The room was spacious and updated. The hotel was quiet and the beds comfortable. There is a nice exercise room and breakfast was good--lots of choices and well appointed. Overall, this is a good property and great value for the area.

Clean facility. Beds were ok but hard. Difficult with bad backs for more than a night or so Nice pool. Screened in porch area overlooking pool. Steak house restaurant on property and joins property with Waffle House and McDonald's. All within easy walking distance. Would recommend!

It's ok and convenient hotel for one night sleep if you want to visit early the Kennedy space center which is very close. Average quality, and the breakfast although included in the price is very basic, so better cross the road and go to the Starbucks.

Great spot , newly renovated rooms , laminate floors, front desk friendly, great restaurant steak house, would stay here again , read other reviews and was a bit leery about staying here , but was pleasantly surprised , seemed like a great spot to me.

Some of the reviews here are not surprising, considering we had a poor experience ourselves but you get what you pay for. This is a cheap motel, as long as you're aware of that, there should be no problem We were on Honeymoon and needed a quick overnight before going on a drive, we'd just been to NASA. When we arrived it was a little run down, under construction, nasty brown carpet and the room was smelly; we checked out immediately, the honeymoon suite has a hot tub and a spaceship shaped bed... nuff said. It was our fault, we thought we got a good deal for a quick overnight in an Inn... it's a cheap motel. The manager and the receptionist were very nice, apologized for renovations and the smell and as we didn't use the room and checked out immediately, we got a refund.

Hands down the nastiest Best Western I've ever stayed in. The room looks as if it hadn't been updated in years / it stunk of cigarette smoke / the tub liner was glued to the floor and looked original to the 1980's / there was a dirty toilet sitting 10' from the front door to my room (just sitting in the grass like it belonged there). I stayed there because the normal BW I stay at was sold out (spring break). I figured all the BW property's I've stayed at are clean and usually rather similar - definitely not the case here! I always do the survey after each stay but I've never left a review - this time I felt the need to do so. I'd hate for a family from out of town to get out of their car and see this place as their hotel Nasty! The location is great and the staff was super friendly but the rooms...beware

On the positive side, the rooms were clean upon arrival although brown and a bit run down, breakfast was ok, the receptionist was friendly. But. We stayed there for three nights to visit Kennedy Space Center, and we had two rooms, being a family of four. On day two, one of the rooms (?!?) were not made and they ran out of toilet paper. On day three, BOTH rooms were not made. Then I complained to front desk, and was asked if we had left the Do Not Disturb sign out? We had not, and we had been away all day. We were told that the rooms would be made the next day, which did not matter as we were leaving anyway. On the plus side, I was offered two rolls of toilet paper, and I could return to my undone room. I have had the same situation in other hotels and on ships, and they would immediately send someone to do the rooms. Not here. We were happy to leave, as the rooms quickly started to smell like old dead moose. It did not matter whether the aircondition was turned on or off, or the door was open for fresh air. The dead moose lingered on. Our children could not wait to leave the rooms for some fresh air. We are not coming back and would not recommend the place to a friend. At least not a friend we would like to keep as a friend.

We stayed here 2 nights while visiting Kennedy Space Center and surrounding Space Coast. It is convenient while visiting Cape Canaveral. We prefer to stay at hotels with outside entry to our hotel room while traveling with our dog. B. W. generally has those type of facilities. The room was clean and very comfortable with plenty of space for us and reasonably priced. There was a nice park behind the hotel where we could walk our dog. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok and I would stay there again if in the area. Note: they were in the midst of remodeling some of the rooms. There were lots if construction trucks. Didn't cause an issue with us.

Stayed at this property on my way to Port Canaveral. We stayed here several years ago and the property is as I remembered it. It is an extremely busy property. When I arrived, people were standing in line to get a room. I had requested a newly renovated room so I could compare it to what I remembered from several years ago. Alas, they put me in one of the rooms that had not been updated yet. The rooms are tired and need updating. Truthfully, this renovation should have been started a couple of years ago. The next time I am in the area, I may give this place another chance, but since there are numerous other properties in the area, I may decide to give them my business.

Always looking for a nice hotel for a great price. We stayed a couple years ago during hurricane Irma. The location was great with a convenient store and a Mcdonald's both next store. The place is undergoing a major remodeling had new furniture and flooring in our room. Also the exterior in totally new. Paint, railings, and roof also new. totally exceeded our expectations.enjoyed a hot breakfast each morning. Would definitely come back.

The location was convenient to the places we wanted to go, so we booked two nights. On the first night we had to be moved to a different room at 3:00 am because the guest next door let their children play, shout and fight all night long. Staff told us that the use the hotel for county emergency housing and a lot of local people "live there". they moved us to a two room suite, which we really appreciated, until we got back from our outing the next day and neither television would work. A friendly staff person tried to fix at least one, but it was not possible and neither worked for the rest of our stay. The breakfast was great with good variety and the staff were as accomodating as they could be considering the issues. The next day the desk attendant told us to call expedia (through whom we had booked) if we wanted any resolution for all of the trouble... Then they asked if we would be back again???

Location: One big plus is the central location with all the convenient stores just minutes away (Walmart Superstore, AIDA supermarket, CVS, Burger King, McDonald, Steak house…). A real nice quiet town at night. With shops, restaurant, Walmart, Grocery Store…these development around here, giving you the impression of a large population. However, these are cater for the tourists. I visited many Walmarts in the States and this Walmart location is on the very bottom of the list having hardly any customers. A plus for the tourist. The Room: No body lotion. Only two usable wall power socket, one at the lamp, one at the wash sink. No complimentary bottle of drinking water. Tiny ants crawling in the room (one that does not bite). No safe deposit box. Cheap quality and a spoon full size supply of coffee package, enough to make half a cup of low quality coffee. Nuisance to find two mosquito in the room after I woke up and saw the mosquito flying slowly with full stomach. They were flying slowly and were smached and squashed. I understand that Florida is a mosquito country but I paid the additional price with my blood. At 2am I was woken up by people talking louding outside next to their parked car drinking beer and it went on for half hour. People nowaday has no considerations for others. The hotel: I pay $108 for a king size room. The same Best Western hotel at this quality would be about $40 to $50 elsewhere in the rest of the country…. It is the supply and demand and the location near to Kennedy Space Center that command the premium price. The facility is old. The two photo I took shown that the railing is failing apart. For $108 a night (late January) this is the hotel I get. Internet service keep on dropping off after an hour or two and had to re-logged in. On the day of arrival, I didn't find any bottle of drinking water in the room. After 3 nightes stay, at the time of checkout I found they have complimentary bottle of water and 2 little bag of snacks behind the front desk. A few of the front desk receptionists are in real good spirit and worked in team. They are courteous to hotel guests which should be a model to most other hospitality industry workers elsewhere. The Breakfast "Buffet": There was no fresh fruit or “meat” in the free breakfast buffet as written by two other reviewers in the last 2 months. If it is the sausage link that they are referral to then it is technically “meat”. However, I have to give two thumbs up for the hardworking breakfast buffet attendant ladies. She kept the place clean, and tidy that deserve my $2 tips in the tip jar. Recommendation: This hotel is OK... price is higher than other Best Western due to supply and demand in this area. Room was dingy and had musty smell throughout. The hotel is in the process of renovating which should correct the problems. Breakfast was good with hot options of real scrambled eggs and por sausage. Right now it is more like a budget motel with a midrange price. May give another try after renovations are complete.

This is my second stay at the Best Western Space Shuttle Inn, and the experience was great! The stay wasn't long, but the room was very clean, the people are fantastic, and it is very comfortable. We were extremely pleased, and would stay here again in a heart beat. :)

We chose this hotel as budget lodging to enable a day at KSC and the following day at Merritt Island. Perfect for that. Very convenient but set back from highway enough that we had no street noise. They have smoking rooms which we don't want. No problem as our non-smoking room had no smoke odor. However, management should work on the lobby as strong smoking odor prevails there. Staff was friendly and fast. Rooms are small and dated. Many small repairs have been done with patching rather than replacement but reasonably clean environment. Bathrooms in these older motel conversions seem to always be so small that the cleaning crew can't easily clean all the nooks and crannies. We did have upstairs neighbors with kids that ran around until at least 10:30. Management could maybe plan occupancy better on nights such as when we stayed as there were many vacant rooms. Families with kids could go on first floor or over a vacant room. The breakfast room is small but adequate on our non-busy stay. Food choices about what we expect at a small Best Western. There is a Durango Steakhouse in the same building as the hotel lobby. Very convenient and there are perks for hotel guests.

The rooms were quiet and the hotel was easy to get to from the hwy exit. The rooms could have been a little cleaner as my brother found hairs in the sink. They serve a continental breakfast and have really good coffee.

Great place to stay. Room was clean. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Price was great and we really enjoyed our stay. The free breakfast is amazing. We would definitely recommend this hotel and next time we are in the area we will stay here again. Close to Port Canaveral and easy to navigate to from this hotel.

They are in the process of renovating the facilities. Had older room. for 3 nights. Room was clean & comfortable. Nice breakfast included each morning 6:30 - 9:30. Good location right of I-95, numerous restaurants nearby & several attractions.

The rooms are very smelly. The doors in the room don't seal all the way so bugs and light were allowed in. We had to use a towel to prevent this. The bed sheets had dirt on them. We had to continue to check to make sure there were bugs in the room and bed.

This hotel was rated as a 3 star hotel on Priceline, so I was disappointed when I saw it. It's really a motel - people walk outside your window, some guys were standing outside a nearby room for awhile smoking. Fortunately that didn't last long - it was overall fairly quiet. I was first given a room around the back, but it felt very isolated so I asked to switch. The room was clean, though the sheets on one of the beds were pilled and rough. The included breakfast was fine. The workout room was sparse - the elliptical machine was passable but made some noises. I gave it 3 stars instead of 2 because they are apparently about to renovate, so may be worth a look back.

Having cause to visit Titusville from the UK recently I needed a base that would provide easy access to the local area and a level of comfort that was consistent, hence going fro The Best Western Brand. I arrived quite late on the Thursday evening of my visit and the young lady at reception (the girl with the piercings and studs who is bit of an expert on PC's and lap tops when they dont connect to Hotel Wi Fi) checked me in promptly and even moved me to a room with Fridge and Microwave etc as I was staying for 8 nights feeling that the room I was originally allocated would not meet my needs for such a stay period. I was very pleased with my room which had all I could have wanted. It presented no problem for access being on level 1 not ground provided you are mobile. The only glitch was that a noisy air con unit nearby kept firing on in a local room during the night when said room was occupied. I guess to a heavy sleeper no problem but for me being alight sleeper as soon as it kicked in I awoke. Plenty of refurb work seems to be currently happening and the Hotel no doubt will be better for the update in time, that said the cherry picker and machinery would start sometimes beeping away at 0700 am. Appreciate work has to be done but not everyone wants waking in that manner. A minor gripe as I appreciate that construction and refurb work must be done if the Hotel is to be updated. The Hotel Staff I felt who I met were all very obliging and courteous, maybe its because I am English. The Ladies in the Breakfast area were always replenishing supplies, wiping tables and keeping the eating area clean, tidy and well presented. I enjoyed making my own waffle and being able to select from awide range of cold and cooked options, including yoghurts, fruit, cereals tea's coffees scrambled eggs, patties certainly more than enough choice to give you a good start to the day.. Whilst I did not use the swimming pool it was open and the pool guy seemed to keep it in good condition skimming for bugs etc each morning. It certainly looked inviting and I guess in High Season woud be well used. The facilities seemd fine through out the Hotel as was the rest room in Lobby area, the reception staf with whom I interacted were all polite and good representatives for the business. Whilst certainly being used by many as transit type of Hotel I was happy with my longer stay of 8 nights. Good value, good service and good staff. I was pleased with my choice to stay here. We stayed here for one night to go to Kennedy space center. It was good for one night. It is a bit run down, and could use some love. We ended up going to Waffle House right beside the hotel and that was nice and convienent for the morning.

the hotel is right near a major highway intersection. The room was large clean and comfortable at a good price. It came with a free breakfast. There are a number of restaurants around the hotel and 11 miles from the Kennedy Space center.

We chose this hotel through Go Port Canaveral website because they offered a cruise and snooze package with parking. The staff was very friendly when we checked in and when we checked out. The lady when we checked in was able to put us in adjoining rooms so we could be close to our friends. The rooms were very clean. The hotel is older but they have done a good job keeping it clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I absolutely recommend the on-site steak house! It was wonderful!!! The steaks were great and so was the staff. If your looking for a great value for the money spent, definitely give this place a try!

You would think for a Best Western, it would be a superior product. Not this one. This is a older hotel that has a sight update. It's a place to lay your head for the night. The pool is small, the dining area is even worse. The parking lot is shady AF at night.The room smelled and was noisy, with the neighbor being all around you. I stayed for two nights, I won't go back. It was a dissapointment.

Nice hotel, reasonable rates, good location. Staff very professional and friendly. I would recommend this hotel. Nice workout room and swimming pool area. Lobby very clean. Felt very comfortable there.

We stayed for two nights and found the room and bathroom to be really tired looking. The toilet seat was loose. They have converted to soap and shampoo dispensers which I do not care for. The sheets were so old that they should have been in the trash. They were thin and nothing but fuzz balls. On a positive, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast area was large with a good selection.

We stayed here for three day while visiting the attractions in the area. The hotel is well worn from carpets to bathroom fixtures. The front desk staff were very kirt when answering questions. We have stayed at other BW hotels and this one fails to measure up.

I paid $77 for a king room with a fridge and microwave. I saw the negative reviews, but I felt like I had gotten a decent deal at the time, so I kept hoping that the negativity was not true. Upon arriving, the receptionist was friendly, but just stepping into the lobby you can tell how outdated the place is. Went to my room, and found that they had given me 2 queen beds instead of my king. Back at the lobby, I was told my reservation had "gotten lost" or something, but the receptionist was able to switch things around so I could get what I had paid for. However, the new room did not have the fridge or microwave as advertised. Although the room was clean, it smelled very musty and the carpet felt damp. The toilet seat was falling off (I screwed it back on) plus it was chipped, there was some mold in the shower, and the whole place was shabby and outdated. I didn't use the pool, but that looked fine. The one redeeming factor of the place is the free breakfast. They had a nice selection, with hot items as well as a build-your-own parfait and waffle station. Although the space there is cramped, the staff kept it well stocked.

Nice hotel next to the beach. It was clean and we had a nice room. All you want is in the room. Breakfast was good if you order something from the menu and not from the buffet. A nice pool and bar also there and for the first arrive you get a free drink.

OK, so it was a $60 hotel. It is not the Waldorf, or Hyatt Regency, or....ok, whatever. Rooms were adequate and clean, a little musty. nice pool and inexpensive. We were Cruising out of Port Canaveral so we booked parking separately and saved about $30 using CruiseTIme.. Breakfast was decent, again, for the money, with lots of options, fresh fruit and good coffee. Wifi worked well enough to watch Netflix. What more do you want?

This motel was clean. .nothing really stands out..but does have a nice breakfast buffet..it's fairly close to Kennedy space center..we watched a launch from a place about 3 miles from our room..overall..no complaints

The magnetic door locks worked about half the time. Locked out of my room several times. The staff blamed it on high humidity, but the locks were clearly fragile if not broken and need to be replaced. Much of the time (esp at night) there is just one person on duty for the entire hotel (100 rooms or so). No laundry facilities. Nearest public laundromat facilities are 2 miles away, and it's a doozy. The staff seem to realize that most customers are generally unhappy. Most staff do their best to accommodate, saying the place is old and needs rehab (they are right). The stairs and bannisters have been painted over so many times they are thick with black paint. All the AC units leak all over the balconies. There are cute cats all over the premises that the staff take care of. There is a Waffle House and Circle K within walking distance so very convenient. The pool deck has orange cones and wood boards covering over places where repairs need to be made. I nearly broke my ankle walking over a broken water outlet on the sidewalk (I was ok). Rooms smell musty and moldy (you get used to it after a few days).

It was a horrible experience. I tried to not judge the reviews and wanted to have my own impressions but I shouldn't have booked at the Best western, totally waste of money! We've been given a room with a Super loud AC, it would have been impossible to sleep with this crazy noise. Nobody cared at the front desk, not an apology or someone to offer a solution. I requested to move room but it was not appreciated at all. I have been given 2 full beds instead of the king that I paid extra for. A little bit upsetting but the noise from the AC was way too loud! The new room was right next door to the previous... So we could still hear the AC being loud. Pointless to move. Rooms are far to be cleaned with filthy disgusting smell, ants on the desk, bathtub full of hair.... it is not worth what I paid and i should be refunded for all these hassles. I wanted to give a try to best western hotel but never again!!!!!!

This is an old facility that is showing its age and its wear and tear. We were fortunate to get a room the first night we stayed there as we arrived in the area with the newer facilities showing no rooms available. We ended up staying two nights because the staff's effort to make our stay the best possible was on point. Yes, the facility was okay at best, but the front desk folks and maintenance crew were excellent. A special shoutout to Elizabeth in the breakfast service. This complimentary breakfast was as good as many $20 range breakfast buffets. Handmade yougart/fruit parfaits were delicious. Elizabeth made sure the small eatring area was clean and inviting through the entire morning. Food was hot, delicious and frequently replenished. I understand the facility is to be refurbished soon. I just hope the excellent staff will be taken care of during this time.

Just driving up it looks very out dated. Then we went around back to our rooms. We had two rooms. My parents and sister were in one and it smelled so musty. A cleaning lady was standing in ours. She said someone forgot to put shampoo refills and that she needed to go get them. We always check our beds first. We wouldn't let our kids go in the room. We found bed bugs all along the edges of our mattress. So we then checked the other room and at least one bed had several! This room also was out dated and smelled so bad. We got a full refund and went to the Hampton Inn down the road.

This hotel is in a good location off I-95. I was a little concerned that it was looking a little outdated on the outside but the rooms were in excellent shape and very comfortable. I felt safe and the staff was accommodating. I will stay there again when I am in the area.

Disgusting place covered in bugs (cockroaches, ants and who knows what else) picture was taken when I opened the shower curtain.. what a great surprise! Ants on dressers and desk.. room was a non smoking yet stank of ciggerettes and BO.. I've stayed at plenty Best Westerns, this one is by far the worst one I've ever stayed at and corporate will be getting a call!

Easy drive to Kennedy Space Centre, we hired a car for a week and it was really easy to get there and back. Many child friendly eateries within walking distance or short drive. Felt safe walking around area including walking to Walmart. Paid about $75 Uber fare from Orlando. 5 stars for location. Rooms and outside areas were clean enough and plenty of parking. Pool area was clean. Housekeeping was good, staff were friendly especially the lovely breakfast lady. Rooms were big enough and beds soft and comfortable. Bathroom was functional. We did have issues with the key not working very well but they fixed that for us. The free wifi wasn't very good. The free breakfast was great. Room was mostly quiet, we had a room at the back which was probably quieter than the front rooms. It's a budget hotel/motel so don't expect fancy rooms or guests but it was a great stay for the price. It only loses a star due to poor wifi which was important for us.

The Best Western is your average motel but noisy guests spoiled our one night stay. The breakfast room was very cramped and we had to take our food back to our room. The receptionist was however very friendly.

I had a cruise departing on June 29, 2018. I decided to book the park and cruise through Go Port Canaveral and check in on June 28. My choices for hotels were pretty limited so I chose what appeared to be closest to the space center and looked pretty decently priced and clean. When we arrived, right away I noticed a man under a car doing engine work. The car looked like it had been sitting for a while. I considered that it may not belong on the property and I walked on in to check in. There was a worker behind the desk with a baby on her hip. My immediate impression is that it was unprofessional but I am also a mother and I know you can't always plan for things. I finally settled on this might be one of those occasions. I proceeded with check in and went to the room they assigned me. On the way through the parking lot there was a man walking with no shoes, eating out of a bowl of ramen noodles. All around we saw people sitting outside the rooms smoking and drinking beer and having conversations with their neighbors. The motel seemed to have a permanent residence apartment feel to it and not like a temporary overnight stay feel to it. Never the less, we carried all the luggage up the stairs to go to our assigned room only to find they had given me a king size bed for three people. We then carried all of our luggage back down the steps and went back to the office to tell them. I also mentioned to the clerk that the room appeared to have been heavily smoked in. They apologized and then gave me a different room on the same floor with two full beds. We proceeded back to the new room and had to walk through a crowd of sidewalk smokers and drinkers to get our luggage back up the steps. It had a very unsafe feel to it and we began discussing how we should have chosen other accommodations. We went into the new room, which also obviously had a very strong cigarette smell in it (All rooms were supposed to be non-smoking). As soon as we entered the room we immediately noticed not just the smell but the air conditioner seemed to be struggling. We turned down the air, killed a spider I found crawling on the bedside table and decided to go to dinner. When we returned, we walked back through our crowd of smokers and drinkers, I found another bug, killed it and found the room to be even warmer than when we left. We started calling around to try and find other accommodations. During my phone calls with Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn and Comfort Inn, I was told that the Best Western in Titusville is HUD housing, so most of the residents are permanent. We were very fortunate to find a place that had one room left. Most of the hotels were booked up due to a rocket launch scheduled for June 29. We immediately carried all of our luggage back down the steps and I went to the office to return the keycards. I explained to the clerk we would not be staying there and why. Her response when I told her everything was, "ok", Just the words "ok". Unbelievable. I just added poor customer service to my list of reason why this location deserves such a poor rating. Due to this experience, I will never book through any Best Western again. Go Port Canaveral was notified of my experience as well.

I've stayed at many hotels pre-cruise in the Cocoa Beach and Titusville areas and I have to say this one has the friendlist staff of any of them, price is great, and included breakfast is better than most in this price range, very highly recommend to anybody about to cruise out of port Canaveral

This room was booked as part of a group. The room smelled of mildew. Our second bed had used sheets on them. We took pictures as we didn't think anyone would believe this. Utterly disgusting. Flying bugs were coming out of the sink drain, had to close it to keep more from coming out. Would not recommend this place.

Booked through Hotwire - and paid $75 for room including taxes and such. It was a decent room ... not the Hilton, but not terrible. We got a free appetizer coupon for the local steakhouse beside the restaurant. Also had a free hot breakfast in the morning - powdered eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, granola, etc. We were pleased with our stay.

Large rooms, nice breakfast buffet. Hotel is showing its age. We arrived after our Disney Cruise with our family of eight and booked 3 rooms: a king and two doubles. Couple of items were missing, no soap in the King room and no microwave in one of the double rooms. All-in-all it was an OK stay and the price was right.

Very clean, cheap and friendly place. This is our go to hotel when we cruise out of Port Canaveral. Off I-95 in Titusville, take a few about 15-20 minutes to get to the cruise port. There are several places near there for the last minute items you forget. You have three turns a nice little scenic drive down Hwy 1. The hotel has always bee clean, the staff friendly and inexpensive. Highly Recommend.

We were looking for a place near the space center and found this place right off Highway 95 in Titusville. The rooms are fairly old but have all of the necessary things to make your stay a mice one. The beds are comfortable and the staff is very helpful and make you feel like you are really welcome.

Hotel is perfect place for visit Kennedy Space Center - only 20 minute by car. Clean rooms, delicious and big buffet breakfast - eggs, pastry, homemade waffles, yoghurts, fruit, juice, coffee, tea, cereal, sausage, muffins. Very pleasant staff.

We stayed here for 1 night pre our Disney Fantasy cruise out of Port Canaveral, booked through Go Port Canaveral. Depending on pick ups/drop offs it was 30-45 minutes from/to each the airport MCO and the Port. The room was fine for one night, free apples in reception, and the included breakfast was better than expected with a couple of hot options as well as fruit, HB eggs and cottage cheese in the fridge. The room did smell a bit of stale smoke though, despite it being a 'non-smoking' room. There is a walmart and publix within walking distance along with fast food outlets. We ate at the onsite steak restaurant which we would recommend.

The front desk staff was very friendly and exceptionally helpful regarding our trip to Kennedy Space Center. Our rooms were clean and up to par. We really enjoyed our stay and the hot breakfast was a plus!

Hotel was noce. Close to everything. What stood out to me was was dealing with thea. Best customer service ive ever encountered. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable, she is reason i will come back! Breakfast was really nice too. Lots of options!

We chose this hotel for an overnight before cruising. The room was very musty smelling and outdated. I woke up to find a lizard on the wall in the bathroom and overheard other guests complaining of roaches in their room. The electronic key system wasn't working and each time we left our room, we would have to go to the front desk and ask for assistance to get back in. Upon check out, asked to speak with a manager but was told no manager was there at the time aNd that I should call the Best Western home office. Really?!

We stayed here for two nights to explore Kennedy Space Centre. Drove in straight from Orlando Sanford from Glasgow flight, easy to find, and quick check in with friendly staff - 5 year old even got a free packet of crisps from reception staff!! Room was tired looking with noisy air condition but was clean. Ate at the local diner both nights and complimentary buffet breakfast was fine although breakfast room quite small. One of the rooms was playing loud music between 12 and 1am but couldn't do anything about that. Convenient for Kennedy Space Centre with Walmart round the corner to top up with food, but imagine there are better places in the area.

I booked this hotel as I was going to the Kennedy Space Centre and wanted something close by, the price was reasonable, beds comfortable, room clean and in good condition. To be honest, it was a little hard to find if you are trying to find it while driving along the highway, its a little set back behind the Waffle House and McDonalds. Room at the back of the building was nice and quiet.

Made a last minute decision to visit the Kennedy Space Center. Found this place on the AAA site. It had a hidden bargain price. When we got there, saw the place and looked at the room, we knew why. It was prepaid so we stayed. Haven't seen a motel like this since I was a kid. Stay away!

I stayed here for one night after being on the road for 10 hours . . . was too tired to ask for another room as I looked into a few of the empty rooms and they all had the same grungy demeanor. So I have been traveling for some 52 years (since the age of 2) and this place by far is one of the worst I've stayed in. 1- the stale smell as I entered the room almost knocked me over . . .I even became light headed and kept the door open for over an hour to try and let in some fresh air!! WOW !! It smelled like my great aunt's place when she became bed ridden and couldn't clean anymore. 2- carpet - it looked stained in places, felt grungy and sticky and I think the scheduled rug shampoo is about 2 years overdue. I was literally afraid to take off my shoes. 3- the desk is right at the window . . the legs were wobbly (room 143) and I was concerned that if I leaned my arms on it . .the poor desk would collapse . . . 3a - the desk chair is situated right in front of the A/C, literally one foot away . . so when I went to sit down I noticed condensation on all the plastic parts of the chair . . I wiped it down and turned off the A/C, but needed the fan to try and get some fresh air into the room and I just couldn't sit there and have that A/C fan hit me like that even at low speed . . . luckily there was another small table in the room . . . and I used that table for my laptop. 4 - the wrinkles in the duvet covers are really set in. I don't think they have ever been cleaned, certainly never seen an iron . . . my guess is that it's taken off the bed to make the bed and then it's put right back . . without even any attempt to take out the wrinkles . . . I did better with my laundry when I was in college and didn't know how to do laundry . . . 5- there was a sticky feel to both the desk and small table . . I just wiped them down myself . . . I was too afraid to have whomever inspected and signed this room off as ready come back and "clean" it for me . . . scary . . . There is no possible way I will EVVEERRRR come back to this dump again . . . . If this is what I can expect from a Best Western then I will never stay at another Best Western again . . .

this hotel is very close to Kennedy Space Center and worked for what my family needed for our trip there. The hotel was what we expected for the price. We would stay here again if we come back to the space coast

Wouldn't even get out if the car upon arrival it looked so run down and unsafe. Called front desk and manager was unavailable. Front desk clerk told us police were called to hotel almost every night. Should have listened to reviews and the endless excuses offered by hotel management. Never again. Read the reviews first.

We picked this hotel due to it's proximity to Kennedy Space Center. There were also many food choices around this hotel that made it ideal for our family. We would recommend this hotel due to the location and the helpful and friendly staff.

This "Inn" is comprised of several older buildings and each room had its own entrance. Breakfast was available in a small separate area as well and the choices were plentiful. Our room was away from the road so we anticipated a quiet night. However, the party next door was having a party so we were concerned but the wall between us adequately dimmed the noise. Comfortable bed, friendly staff, and plenty of information for a newbie about the Space Coast area.

The hotel is clean and in a good location for our needs. It is a large property and parking was easy. The room came with breakfast which is normal and the dining area was separated from the other buildings. The dining area has an extremely poor layout for the number of patrons. It does not flow at all. Otherwise, I will definitely use this property again.

I recently stayed with BW and I had a wonderful experience. The girl at the front desk was just so sweet and helpful. She also gave me additional information regarding Kennedy Space Center visitors complex in addition she gifted me with a NASA keychain. Desssi I believe was her name. Excellent breakfast I might add! Will definitely stay here again.

It's dated but comfortable, the lady at the desk was awesome and very helpful, the attached restaurant Durango was really good and cheap to but also dated. Other then that we found the room clean and quiet.

We have stayed here for 4 years, bike week each year. We book online and get a great rate. The staff is really accommodating. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. If you have any issues they will fix right away or move you. The breakfast is excellent. They have so much to choose from.

I had a very pleasant stay! The staff was wonderful, the room and property were clean, and it was a great location right off 95. The full breakfast was delicious. Absolutely no complaints. I look forward to returning!

Could be better. The rooms could be better. Other than breakfast everything was just sub-par. I only stayed one night but after that one night i likely won't be staying there again. The service of the staff was good.

The clock and phone didn't work, not a huge deal. My son found some bike shorts in the corner of the room. The room didn't feel clean. The breakfast bumps it from 1-star to 2. The location is good. The restaurant must be good, we returned from Canaveral and there was nowhere to park for our room

We stayed at this inn for one night while en route to Port Everglades to get onto a cruise ship. It is a classic, old-style highway motel in that there are no interior corridors, but rather drive up-to-your-door rooms. I stay in a lot of inns for travel each year, and I won't say that this place is horrible. It's just not remarkable. The lady at the desk offered us a choice of two rooms. The first room was with two double beds. It had a bit of an odor, which I couldn't identify, so we took a look at the second room. It was actually a room for a handicapped person. It had an odor that I didn't like at all, so we stuck with the room with the two double beds. The room was clean and decent, and with a bit of airing out it was fine and we had no problems with it at all. The desk staff people were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. I had strawberries, which is really usually unheard of in many inns. They seemed to have a good selection of food that included the usual hot and cold foods. I liked it that they had cheese sauce for my eggs and delicious gravy. There is a nature area behind the inn, which is pleasant to explore. It has a gazebo and a pond. You can see wildlife back there. If you don't go to this inn with high expectations, you should be fine with it.

We stayed here after a cruise so we could visit Kennedy Space Center. This place should not be a Best Western!!! It's an absolute dive, super old and the neighborhood didn't feel safe at all!! There was an adjoining door in our room that had large screws to keep it shut! The bed was relatively comfortable and breakfast was pretty decent but we will not stay here again and definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!

Enjoying a relaxing Valentines week with my man. Breakfast is very enjoyable. Front desk staff fun and a pleasure to speak with. Clean rooms. Lots of fast food restaurants close by a bonus of a Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts to grab an extra cuppa coffee today.

We flew in from Detroit to Orlando for a Disney cruise. This hotel was part of a “Cruise and Snooze” package we booked. We asked for extra blankets when checking in and were told that they didn't think they had any extra but would look. The hotel room was small but seemed clean. It wasn't until nighttime when we started noticing the bugs all around the bottom of toilet. There were hundreds of them, crawling all around. There was garbage left outside one of the rooms from one day to the next and it looked like there was still storm damage that hadn't been repaired. There was a man working on his truck in the parking lot that gave me the indication that this was more of an extended stay motel than a hotel. Upon finding the bugs, I went online to look at ratings for the hotel and found many more reviewers that had experienced bugs as well. When I checked out, I mentioned the bug issue with the older woman at the front desk and she was completely “shocked” by it. She told me that it was “strange” and she'd have to look into it. Definitely won't be staying here again. The only good part about this hotel was the restaurant next door to the lobby. It was so good.

Booked the room online. We usually say at Best Westerns because if the quality. That wasn't the case here. The room smelled terrible and had cockroaches! No nonsmoking rooms available. Will never book this place again. I was down for the launch and left the next day

I waited too long to book this trip, so this is on me. 50 year old Motel, close to Playalinda Beach for watching launches. I reserved a non-smoking king room. After driving 742 miles we arrived at this property only to find out that all that had were smoking rooms! Who smokes anymore? No more rooms in the area so we thought we would try it. Awful, awful smell!!! We thought about sleeping in the car. If you stay here, make sure they have the room you want and have a backup.

Wow! Decided decided to give this one another try. Was very disappointed once again. Front desk staff is not knowledgeable of elite status whether it be gold silver or otherwise. Did not have my reservation in a timely fashion phone 800 number. Rooms for extremely dirty cigarette smell and very overwhelming dog smell in room. Did not receive any upgrade or gift from this hotel on either Thursday. Will never return again. The sad thing is they really don't care!

Stayed at this hotel because it I had a softball tournament at Chain-O-Links Park in Titusville. Did not want to spend a lot of money, but also did not want to stay at a dump. This is an older property, but the staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and smelled fine, and the rate was very reasonable. The location was great, as it is just off I-75, and very close to a wide variety of restaurants as well as a Walmart, Target, Walgreens, etc. You can walk to a Waffle House, McDonalds, Subway, Starbucks or steak house. Bottom line is it fit the bill for my needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff is really nice. The room was dirty and had bugs in it. Check in was really smooth. The front desk lady was awesome. Once I got to the room, I had bugs everywhere. I never opened my suitcase. Went to the Walmart down the street. I came back a few hours later and decided that I couldn't stay. Left early

This is basically a roadside motel. It was clean but also dated. The front desk clerk (Cindy) was very accommodating and was great to work with. Breakfast was the best I've had for a complimentary meal. Cable TV quit working during the evening. We didn't report the failure until the morning though and I heard Cindy ask for it to be fixed before the next guest checks in so I believe that the problem will be dealt with. I'd stay here again for a short visit.

We spent a night here so we could be close to Kennedy Space Center. The look and feel of this property is not what I expected from Best Western. There were dead mosquitoes on the bedding. We tried not to look too hard in the room. There was no fridge or microwave. We couldn't wait to leave this place. Breakfast was good but the room is small so felt cramped. Wont be recommending this hotel to anyone.

A a good choice for an inexpensive hotel in the Cape Kennedy area. We booked it as part of a GoPortCanaveral package which covers transport to a hotel from MCO, an overnight stay, transfer to the cruise ship terminal, and shuttle to the airport on return. Within its 3* rating, it's better than many. Rooms are simple but clean, breakfast is typical, but the dining area itself is tiny. The adjacent steakhouse, Durango's, is extremely popular and offers a good menu at a reasonable price. A special shout out to the hotel personnel. Each one did her job well with courtesy and good humor. I've stayed at far more expensive hotels where staff barely went through the motions. Here they seem to actually welcome their guests. It was refreshing.

This is a well-maintained hotel just outside the Orlando metro area. I've stayed here several times. This time the shower never warmed up, so I had to take a "basin bath." And although, like most hotels that offer the "hot breakfast," including scrambled eggs, couldn't they use real, freshly-scrambled eggs, instead of the dry, lumpy, tasteless substitute? Also, the initial rate I was offered was half-again higher than previously. Apparently it went up because there were many FEMA workers staying there. I ultimately got a lower rate with my AARP discount, but still more than last year.

It is in a convenient area. Staff checking me in was pleasant. My room was nice. Standard for a room. Fridge and microwave. My only complaint was there was alot of people outside congregating at night like it was an apartment complex. Breakfast was the best!! Cheesy eggs and sausage latties,waffles,danish,cereal, fruit, biscuits n gravy... Great coffee. Of coarse it wasnt like restaurant quality but was definitely the best breakfast ive seen at a hotel. I would visit this hotel again.

I have never stayed somewhere that asked you to call and let them know if you need soap. No soap in the room, just a note card that says let us know if you need soap. Really? I wanted to wash my hands as soon as I walked in. Wanted to take a shower too but had to call and have someone bring a shower curtain first. The price was ok for a 2 star but it was advertised as a 3 star. no way. lots of sleezy people milling around. lots of kids in one room next to us making a lot of noise. The room was mostly clean but musty and needed some repair and upkeep. The pool was unused, good thing as it had green water in it.

I worked in hotels for five years and know negative reviews can cause problems for a hotel so I do not take writing one lightly. The hotel itself is pretty old looking which I am okay with. The room itself is a bit outdated but the linens and bathroom were clean which is mainly what I ask for. That is where the positives stopped. First, the small negatives. Worst shower I have taken. I would have gotten more water pressure if I had stood outside in the rain we got that night. It was impossible to get the shampoo out of my hair. Then my mother found pieces of a bug's body in her bed. We also got to witness, what I assume was a guest, peeing on a car in the parking lot. All of this would not have made me write this. What did was the total lack of security at this hotel. When I checked in I was not asked for my ID or credit card. Just my last name and then they used the card I had on file. Identity theft anyone? Then my mom forgot our room number and thought it was a different room. She tried her room key at the door which of course did not work. Thinking it was the key, she went to the front desk, gave the (wrong) room, number and with no identification they cut her a key to a room that was not hers. Which basically tells me, anyone who asked for a key to my room would have gotten it. Not to mention how unsafe it was if my mom had walked into another strangers room. I can deal with small issues, but security is not something I take lightly.

The stay in this hotel / motel was the worst of my holidays. From checkin to checkout. The rooms were not clean. The hot water was not running. There were people using drugs in day light. I heard police coming to the hotel at night. I didn't feel safe at all.

Place was very good for traveling with family. I found this place when I traveled with a friend in May. Staff was very accommodating. I booked through price line and per their directions call hotel to request bed type: king, queen, etc. They were most accommodating. My friend and I had stayed in the back of the hotel, which we found very quiet so I asked for this area for traveling with kids and since I booked 3 rooms I asked the rooms be together. Our scheduled trip was for the week after IRMA hit. They were booked solid with families who lost their homes. We got to meet a lot of folks. Kids had a great time with pool and breakfast. It was a good family trip.

A bit naff to be honest. Firstly the the reception is poorly labelled and hard to find. The only welcome sign is 75 yards away above the closed Restaurant! lots of loitering children and youths was uneasy. Probably guests but concerned about the potential for burglary. Always hanging around! Thin adjoining room walls. So best to whisper. Ha to have our keys reactivated Good breakfast

Woke up with roach in bed at 3 AM. As well as roaches on night stand. Was told at check out it was a regular occurrence when it rained. I would have preferred a response that it would be taken care of. but did not. Not a good place to stay.

Issue with house cleaning. Towels smelled sour, didn't clean room when requested, door lock didn't work properly, shower controller hard to work, this hotel is a large complex and some areas appear to house guests for long periods of time.

We initially booked the Space Shuttle room at this hotel to surprise our kids and were extremely disappointed to find that the room has only one bed, therefore unusable for our family. The Space Shuttle bed was very old and dingy, and the entire room looked like it hadn't been touched in terms of updates since the 1980s. Also, having only one bed in a room geared for kids and families was just bizarre, not to mention it was way overpriced for what you got. The staff was very helpful in changing our reservation to a room with two beds. We ended up in a basic, updated, standard room that was a little overpriced but served our family's needs. The room did have an odor, as if it had once been a smoking room but was doused with air freshener to disguise the cigarette smell. The pool area is small and could use a little updating. The breakfast room was nice and the food met our expectations.

Rooms were musty, sketchy people out front. It looks like they have long term renters, along with overnighters. Durango's restaurant more than made up for the hotel rooms though. Would go to the restaurant again but would not stay at the hotel again.

The room was dirty, you can see bugs crawling in the bathroom. The interior is very old and damaged. The room smelled like sewage possible from the very old sink. Don't barefoot on the carpet. Considering their hygiene standard we did not dare to use the pool and opted to leave asap in the morning.

Good rates, clean rooms, great breakfast for the price - we would return to this hotel again. It's proximity to the Kennedy Space Center makes this a good choice for doing the "tourist" trip to this area.

We had our grandkids and the front desk went out of their way to make our stay really nice. The woman who handled the breakfast room went even further by ensuring the kids liked what they had for breakfast

Have stayed here a few time over the years. This last time showed a remodeled, fresh atmosphere. It remains a great value for a decent room and very good breakfast. Located on the road to the space center between Orlando and the coast. Titusville has show a rebound with several new resturants.

I walked into this Hotel with the most positive mindset possible for a good weekend. The staff that checked us in was great. However, the hotel itself needs lots of maintenance. We needed to switch rooms after I found water leaking from the ceiling onto the window still that was above the A/C unit. That room had a strong odor of mold in it too. The second room was horrible. The first night there, I woke up at 3 am to the woman next door screaming and arguing about drugs and witchcraft (which would explain the feathers that were scattered outside in the parking lot and the feathers sachets on her window still. To each there own if they are into it.) For a moment, I thought they were fighting physically. I called up the front office and they said they'll look into it. The screaming and arguing went on until I left in the morning for breakfast. Upon returning late that night, the screaming continued (lowered but continue). It very much upset me that upon checking out after my second night there, the hotel staff was aware of the problematic woman there and they commented I was not the only complaint against that room. Nothing was done about the loud witch next door. The bathroom was also another matter. The second room provided to us, the shower head was facing the outside of the shower stall rather than the inside of it. I'm guessing it was like that for the purpose that they moved us to a handicap room since there was a seat and railings on the inside of the stall. The shower head could not be adjust to face the inside of the stall. There was nothing separating the stall from the rest of the bathroom but a rubber strip. So it was hard to shower and not flood the bathroom. The hotel should consider moving the drain from the stall to center of the bathroom. Then there was the fire alarm. I could not shower in hot water without the alarm going off. Our second night there, we call in the front office again and told them about the alarm. They told us the alarm probably needed to change their batteries. Instead of them changing the battery on the alarm, the staff member handed us the batteries and told us to change it. And the cleaning crew also needs to pay more attention. While trying to organize our belongings, i found clothes that did not belong to us in the room. My trip overall was amazing, however, my hotel experience was very much upsetting.

Hotel has been around awhile, but is a good place to stay that is close to the Kennedy Space Center. Some rooms don't have refrigerators or microwaves so reserve a room if having these two items are important to you. Rooms have a distinct smell to them and hard to define if it's a room fragrance or something else. Ask for a room that is not in the very back as I requested another room as people were grilling and playing loud music.

They say that you never get a second chance to make a first impression and that is correct. First impressions of the reception and the room looked nice. Then we went for a something to eat and the hotel looked like a half way house with people cooking on BBQ's outside on the walkways, music playing and large groups of people standing around. Didn't feel very Family friendly or safe as the walkways were dimly lit. So we decided on an early night, but the noise from the A/C unit kept us up half the night. Whilst we felt tired, the shower had loads of hot water and the breakfast was really nice which pick up our spirits. We watched Best Western on undercover Boss last year where the Boss was trying to make a difference. This made us decide to choose this hotel, but the hotel overall didn't live up to our expectations and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my family.

The hotel was very convenient to Kennedy Space Center. The rooms were clean and as well as the pool. Breakfast was good. Walmart and Target close by as well as other fast food restaurants. The cardio fitness machines did not work, however it was conveniently located to the office.

Received a double bed room after being told we had a king size room. Was too tired to go argue and change. The room was not comfortable. Could not get the A/C adjusted correctly and the humidity in the room made it worse. Location was quite though

We booked this hotel at the last minute during a trip to Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge. It was so inexpensive I was a bit hesitant. We were in for a surprise when we arrived. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very cheery and clean, and the AC worked great- a MUST in Florida in July. In the morning the free breakfast was fabulous: sausage gravy with biscuits, cereal, waffles, fruit, eggs, sausage, danish, yogurt, and much more. This place is definitely a hidden gem.

I can't say enough good things about this place. We stayed overnight due to family circumstances and couldn't be more pleased! From the check in and check out (the easiest I've ever experienced), to the pool, to the comfort of the room and the awesome breakfast we were more than impressed. We will definitely be back again!

Stayed for fathers day weekend with my 4 year old boy and my husband. The rating said 3 stars, I figured it would be great... I was wrong, it was scary, the room was so humid I could not sleep, I live in southern florida cape coral so I know what humid is.. The bed covers the towels everything felt soggy, the rooms smelled, the air conditioner wires were hanging out of the unit very dangerous for my son, as soon as I walked in I wanted to leave, I started researching other hotels during my vacation!! I was very unpleased with the rating.. It was dirty, the airconditioners leaked on the side walks so you could slip, the smell was awful, and I was scared to walk around at night some guy called me sweat heart. Will not stay there again.

A clean and affordable hotel with easy access to the highway and close proximity to Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and breakfast was great. Rooms were spacious and clean and wi-fi worked great!

I have been there for the xxxth time. Its a perfekt place to go to Kennedy Space Center, St Augustine, Daytona and much more. Some times I came for a few days, sometimes for a week or longer, for watching shuttle launches or to meet friends in Titusville. Clean rooms, good breakfast and a very friendly and helpful team. Questions? Ask Cindy from the front desk. She knows everything if you for example waiting for a launch at the Cape! Need something for breakfast? Come to Barb or Donnalee to the breakfast room. They have toast, eggs, corned beef hash, waffles.. and more. Holidays with kids? An extra bed for kids? No problem...already done when you arrive. Thanks Cindy or Thea (for example) I always had a good time. I was in this hotels with friend, colleagues and family. And I will come back. Sure.

Although we were looking for a budget hotel for a quick overnight stay, the quality of the hotel was far below its price. NO VALUE. Old hotel, noisy air-conditioning units, dated bathrooms. Definitely not recommended for long stay or single overnight stay. There are better hotels for less money.

I have paid much more at other hotels and received far less. Although the exterior is dated, the interior had modern updates and was clean and comfortable, and the wifi worked well. A fridge in the room was particularly nice. The location was extremely convenient, and breakfast was good. My only complaint, and it is minor indeed, is that the breakfast room is tiny and becomes crowded early. We would recommend this hotel to families on a budget who want convenience and a clean room with comfortable bed.

I stayed here recently for 2 nights. The hotel is well located for trips to the Kennedy Space Center. The room was a good size but smelt a bit musty, and rooms on the lower floor aren't very well insulated from noise from the upper floor. The bed wasn't very supportive. There's quite a good range of options for the free hot breakfast. I'd probably choose a slightly more upmarket hotel if I returned to Titusville.

The affordability was great. The room for the price range was good. Only downside very small bathroom with poor ventilation. Pool was small but enjoyable and the staff were very polite and attentive. Breakfast room small but food options were good.

Very friendly and helpful staff and clean room made this a great value for the cost. The breakfast was more than adequate. I would recommend this hotel for those staying the night before a cruise. It was a brief, easy drive to Port Canaveral.

First of all would like to say that I found no bugs, ants, snakes or anything other thing in my room. This is an older facility with all the rooms having an outside entrance. Stayed for four nights and could have not been more comfortable. They have updated quite a lot. Flat screen TV, larger mini fridge, nice towels. Did not use the pool, but always seemed very clean. The staff from the front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and the breakfast room could not have been more pleasant. A big thank you to Elizabeth in the breakfast room. She always has a smile and a friendly greeting for everyone that comes in. She has such a variety of hot and cold breakfast foods. If you don't find at least a couple of items that you want to eat, well....you aren't hungry. Best place you'll find if you are budget minded, and these days most of us are. To all you "Snots" who have bashed this place. Go stay at the Hilton or wherever! I look forward to staying again the next time I'm in the area.

Stayed 1 night. Chose this hotel because we usually stay at Best Westerns. It was an older place, but good location off the expressway and only about 15 minutes from the Space Center. Complimentary breakfast was adequate with the usual hot & cold items. Didnt use the pool because we had no time to do so.

Only stayed one night and would not stay again. Had a room in the back and who knows when a guest had stayed there last and there was no soap to wash your hands. Room was musty and had bugs, first notice in the bathroom and then on the night table. Breakfast was nothing special and the girl working the room was very nice. Front desk clerks were just ok. For a Best Western was not impressed and would NOT recommend. A lot of workers stay here and it's very run-down.

This is by far the worst and most poorly run Best Western property I have ever stayed at. We stayed for two nights from 4/18/17-4/20/17. The problems started after the first night. We arrived back at our room on the second evening hoping to get some rest, when we found ants crawling all over the bed, furniture, and our belongings. Upon calling the front desk, we were told, completely casually, that it's "normal" for ants and even snakes to get in the rooms here. Apparently pest control is not a priority for the manager. So if you get a room near the back of the property, you should expect ants and snakes to greet you when you walk in your room. Management seems fine with this. The front desk subsequently offered us a new room away from the back edge of the property. While moving everything over, we got to experience some of the other luxuries of this property, such as drunk construction workers urinating near the buildings and a panhandler in front of the hotel restaurant near the lobby. This is all fine with the manager. When we got to the new room hoping to finally relax, we found the toilet clogged. Really? The girl at the front desk suggested we come down and get a plunger from her so we could unclog the toilet ourselves. Classy place. After telling her we weren't going to do that, she came up and unclogged it herself. Finally hoping to settle down and relax for the night after moving rooms and dealing with a stuck toilet, we found that there was no soap or shampoo to shower with in our new room. Basic amenities aren't high on their priority list either, apparently. The front desk employee was at least empathetic and apologetic when we were checking out. The manager was difficult to reach and never returned our calls. She told the front desk to take a few bucks off our stay and threw few bonus points our way to try and make the problem go away. She was clearly disinterested in keeping her paying customers satisfied. This place is truly awful. Don't waste your time and money here if you're looking for a halfway enjoyable stay.

This is a nice, affordable option for Space Coast hotels. Stay was quiet, room was comfy and the free internet performed flawlessly. Although dated, the property is well maintained. The staff was helpful and generously allowed us to check in early, something they didn't have to do, but genuinely was pleased to accommodate...

I was visiting NASA space center with one of my friend. It was one of the closest for me and the price was reasonable . Staffs were friendly and rooms were clean and very suitable . Very good breakfast and they have 'grab &go' breakfast if you have to leave b4 6.

This hotel is ok if you're just looking for something for the night but some of the rooms could do with updating. Some members of staff were polite/helpful whilst others weren't. It's a typical motel room where you park outside the room. The pool was pretty nice for a motel. The breakfast was good but quite crowded. There's a Starbucks and Dennys just across the road. The room was clean which is the main thing. I would only stay here if you get it for a good rate. Good free parking and wifi. We booked the room through GoPort Canaveral snooze and cruise package on the way to our cruise. There's a small gym there. We were kept awake by an ice cream lorry parked outside our room that kept its engine running all night to keep the ice cream cool.

This hotel was accessible to many things: restaurants, Kennedy Space Center, etc. It was clean and contained the basics in the room. The one thing I did miss was a mini frig. The hotel contained a pool and had a very nice breakfast. Check-in staff was great. We would stay again.

This isn't a Hyatt, but if you need a room that includes parking while you take a cruise then the math works. Stayed here the night before sailing out and was shuttled to my port for the cruise. All went off without a hitch. They also serve a little breakfast that isn't really good, but for the price of the room, it's a nice extra. So overall, when considering the overall price it worked for me,

Good location just off I95 and the space center. Clean, safe friendly staff. Good breakfast and steak place in hotel. Just needs to be updated. Recommended for families and couples too for a overnight or a few days.

We made reservations 3 months in advance for a no-smoking room. Our stay was for 8 days. After working a 10 hour day, we arrived @ Best Western and were told the non-smoking rooms were taken and because we booked our reservations through a 3rd party booking agent that Best Western only guaranteed a room. WOW!!! ok! Then we were told they would try to find a non-smoking room. We sat in the lobby for an additional 15 minutes while other guests were helped and then we were told that magically a non smoking room became available. They lied the room was a Smoking Room from the 1970's. The smell was HORRIBLE!!! The sheets smelled like smoke. There was a jacuzzi and shower a few feet away from our bed. The rug was nasty. It was Bizarre. I have traveled throughout the US on Biz trips and this room was by far the WORST!!!! They should not have people stay in the room. We were moved the next evening, but the damage was already done. The next room was updated and a improvement. Maid service was adequate and the breakfast is very good. Book rooms here with caution and ask for a updated room. Good Luck!

Room we ended up with was okay. First one we looked at was in an older building and smelled musty as soon as we walked in. Big property close to a good restaurant. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Hotel was clean and reasonably priced. Stayed only 1 night (Wednesday) after a long day at the Kennedy Space Center. Hotel as an attached restaurant for those who don't want to travel and the food was good. Also, they have a little gym for those wishing to get some exercise in. My room on the 2nd floor was quiet and comfortable and there was plenty of close parking. Also, the continental breakfast was good. The only suggestion I would have is to serve the breakfast earlier than 6:30am for those wishing to get an early start to their day.

Very noisy and bathroom was nasty. Party right outside our door until 12:30 am then the trash truck came to dump The dumpster at 5am. The shower stall had a huge crack in it and the tub was very slippery. The floor base in the bathroom was coming up and nasty. They did have an awesome resturant, the Durango

Great hotel and great price. Staff was very kind and helpful. From office staff to breakfast gentleman to cleaning crew. The room was very clean. Breakfast has a great variety. Very nice , family friendly hotel.

The hotel room was clean. There was a large continental breakfast the next morning by the pool area. There was a pretty view of small pond and nice walking area. The restaurant in the hotel was so good!

This was a somewhat inexpensive place for three adults to stay in a bigger room. It was not a good value, however. Part of the reason we got this room was it had two bathrooms. Upon arrival, however, one of the toilets didn't work which negated the reason for getting and paying for a bigger room. When we called the front desk we were told there was no one who could help about the toilet. Room could have been cleaner. Breakfast room was tiny and dirty. It was very crowded. Nearby restaurant was not good...Don't go to the steakhouse. Location was good but the rooms really need work. Check in did not go smoothly as there was some kind of problem with something else and the clerk told me I had to wait until this other issue was resolved.

Stayed here for a night. Check in is quick and staff is friendly. The room is a different thing. The room is very outdated. There are bugs on the ceiling. The pillows have hairs, short and long, black and blond! The AC has the bottom wires exposed. Bedside lamp will not turn on. I think they are expecting more things to not work since there is a repair request form on the table. Definitely not a 3 star as rated online.

We were trying to find something that we could bring our family for a space launch. It was not too expense and we were able to book two rooms for the cost of one room somewhere else. It served it's purpose, but it is an older motel and needs some improvement. Everyone was very nice and breakfast was adequate but not wonderful.

We stayed here the night before our cruise in Port Canaveral. We found it to be an average hotel. The best thing was that it was in an area with plenty of shopping before our cruise so that we could get the toiletries we needed that we didn't want to fly with. The rooms were small and smelled a little musty. We even bought air freshener to spray the rooms with. Breakfast the following morning was adequate. Since it was really just a place to lay our head the night before our real vacation it was okay. But for more than that I would say no.

We checked in October 31st 2016. We were put in two different rooms. Both nasty!!! There where cockroages and the rooms both smelled so bad. Not a three star hotel. Booked on hotwire.com and they gave the front desk Shannon the choice to refund our money. She said she only wants to refund 4 out of the 5 nights booked because she said we dirtied the two rooms from walking in them. We walked in the rooms and we were completely grossed out and walked back out. Still unsure how she believes we dirtied the rooms from stepping and stepping back out after noticing filth. We called straight to the Best Western corporate and they gave us a dissatisfaction confirmation. We told Shannon this but she still didnt care. This Best Western is more like a budget motel. I've stayed in Best Westerns before and this Best Western really hurts their chain name. I will now avoid this chain due to this horrible experience and the horrible customer service received. I doubt any Best Western workers would want to stay the night in these conditions either. We do have photos that i will be sending to corporate Best Western and would love to show the manager of this Best Western in Titusville,FL.

Beware! This is most definitely NOT a 3 Star property. It is very OLD - but on plus side the room was very Clean. Bathroom was about size of shoebox - but like I said - it is old property. Breakfast totally sucked - as told to me by daughter/hubby. Front desk check-in THEA was extremely personable and very nice. Other than eating a nice dinner @ Durango's (which is on property) - this stay was a disappointment AND - had the RATING been correct - we would NOT of stayed here.

Had read some good reviews but the room we were in had an unpleasant odor and was very dark. The fan in the bathroom was very loud. The air conditioning also whistled loudly from time to time. There was a man "hanging around" who made us feel uneasy when we left for dinner.

Hotel was clean, Not too many rooms in the same area to avoid noise even though all many maintenance workers in the area. Good restaurant food and service were efficient and friendly. Front desk staff very friendly and efficient.

I walked up to the window during hours the lobby was closed. I rang the bell and there was a man at the desk, but he did not respond. I rang again and even knocked on the window to try to get his attention. Regardless of any situation where the hotel could not book a room I should have been acknowledged and talked to.

This Best Western has one of the best breakfast of any that I have stayed at. They don't just have waffles they have a bar with fruit and whip topping and lots of other things eggs ,biscuits ,gravy, fried potatoes. Cottage cheese fruit cups and toast jelly butter . The rooms was great the front desk people was very nice checking in and out. Would stay here again!

This motel is a bargain but the rooms are small and be careful as some may smell. The pool closes at 5 pm. There is a steak house on campus and it is very close to the Kennedy Space Center. Provides basic accommodations at a competitive rate.

This is not a 3 star hotel!!!! More like a 1 1/2 star hotel. Not impress at all! The room was awful smelling. I understand it's Florida and it's hot and humid and it's also not peak season so the room probably hadn't been occupied, but I reserved the room 3 days early. They can't take the time to air it out, make it fresh, and cool it off?!!! The whole place is old and scary looking. The shower water pressure was like showering underneath the sink faucet. The room was fairly clean and the sheets were too. I didn't dare walk around in my bare feet though. This would be okay if I wasn't expecting it to be a 3 star hotel!!! I'm not coming back!!!

BW Space Shuttle Inn is just 11 miles in a straight shot to the Space Center. It is comfortable, clean and has the best breakfast we've ever had in a BW. Less than an hour on the toll-free route 50 from Orlando. Go to El Leoncita for a wonderful Mexican dinner overlooking the Indian River.The staff was helpful and accomodating. The owners were interested in your experience.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Excellent free hot breakfast. Very nice pool. Restaurant on site is very good. Good location. Friendly staff. Highly recommended We requested a ground floor and it was no problem.

Pretty fast check in with a paid reservation from Priceline... We got a Kingbed...Very comfy...And we enjoyed our stay... Good Breakfast in the am too... The Staff were very friendly and took care of business checkin us in b4 others without a reservation.... High Marks there... Will definitely stay there again...TY

The bathroom was to small and the request to have the air conditioner turned on resulting in a temperature setting of 75 degrees. I ended up with a warm, musty smelling room. It took an hour and a half for the room to cool and the smell to dissipate. I asked about a room with a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. This hotel does not have a single room with those specifications. Really?

Stayed her for 2 nights taking in the Kennedy Space Centre from Orlando before moving on to Miami. Excellent location (approx. 20mins to NASA), straight onto the highway & easy to find with a superb steakhouse on the premises. Lobby ok with friendly daytime staff - we had a run in with the night time staff over a faulty keycard (basically she couldn't be bothered) but hey ho! Pool area ok with sunbeds. Rooms very basic, desperately in need of renovation & lightening up & the air con unit sounds like a jumbo jet is taking off in your room ALL NIGHT! Complimentary breakfast is more than acceptable, cereals, yoghurt, pastries, toast & fab waffle maker - there were hot choices too but we didn't have these so cannot comment. This Best Bestern had more of a motel feel to it - not a horrendous stay but stayed in better.

Having been to this hotel before we knew what to expect and got that and then some. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. Whatever you ask of them is not to small or insignificant for their attention. The rooms are clean, neat, and updated . The restaurant staff are great and the morning breakfast is above par.

We stayed one night at the motel before our cruise. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful at check in. Be aware that this is a large complex and there are no elevators. We were transported by shuttle to the motel and it so happened that the room we were assigned was a long walk from the lobby and on the second floor (no elevator) which was a long way to drag our luggage. We probably could have ask for a closer room but were too tired to walk back to the lobby after we reached our room. The room was very clean and neat. The free breakfast was below average. Eggs were rubbery and sausage did not taste very good. The staff was helpful and kept the place tidy. The breakfast area was small for the large number of quest trying to get breakfast. The front desk staff that morning was very helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend the Steak house at the motel.

We stayed here the night before leaving on a cruise from Port Canaveral. The location isn't terrible (about a 25 minute drive to Port Canaveral) but the hotel was disappointing. We booked in through Priceline Express deals just knowing we were going to get a three star hotel - this is NOT a three star quality hotel. It is closer to a Motel 6 than a Hilton. The lobby is outdated and had a musty smell. The rooms have exterior corridors and need a complete remodel (paint, carpet, furnishings, etc). I would only consider staying here if it were a last resort. We were rushing out the door the next morning happy to be leaving without our car being broken into...

Clean room, nice amenities too. Very friendly staff. Plus good restaurant on premise. I enjoyed my one night stay. Easy access to highway as well. Many things to do and basic shopping is very close in the area too.

We stayed in this hotel at least 25 years ago when we were in Titusville for a family reunion in the area.We were in Titusville visiting relatives. This hotel has not been remodeled or upgraded since that time. The grounds and parking lot and surrounding area appear to be somewhat rundown and not well cared for. The room was somewhat clean, but the carpet was dirty and felt sticky to the feet. We will look for another hotel when we are in the area again.

Motel has good location if you want to visit NASA. It is moreless average american motel. No problem with that. But the breakfast really should be better. Compared to 10 other similar motels which we visited on our trip, this breakfast was one of the worst. Room for breakfast was so small, half frozen yogurts and very little choices.

We only stay here for a few hours layover so never partake of the breakfast room that is included but the room is adequate for our brief visit Would be nice to have thicker towels. No shampoos or lotions were in the room. Don't know if that was an oversight or they just don't put them out

HONEST REVIEW-my family and I stayed for one night to catch space launch the next day....first room (smoking room-not what we wanted) had "junk" On the sheets....ewwwww. They changed us rooms (still smoking) and gave us a bag of treats for the boys to make it right...very nice, but still wanted NON SMOKING! She stated it would cost more. ??. After my son couldn't stand it any longer....we couldn't either, I went to front desk and she found us a smoke free room!!! Thank god! They were really wonderful to work with us! Rooms aren't great, but for prove it was alright! Can't complain!!!

Booked two rooms for 3 grandsons and I. Requested they be together and they were. Rooms clean and comfortable. This is an older hotel but appears to be well maintained. Staff friendly and accomdating. Breakfast buffet served had about anything u could want for breakfast. Very close to Kennedy Space Center and lots of other attractions. Located right off 1-95 but traffickers was never a problem for us. Would certainly here again when in the area.

The overall appearance of the hotel was good. There is easy access off of I 95 and there are adequate places to eat within walking distance. Our check in was very easy and the staff was very helpful. We were happy with our room and and the free breakfast in the morning was very nice. We would recommend staying there.

It was clean and simple. It was everything we needed for our trip to Kennedy. We checked in late and they were very accommodating. Check was quick and easy. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was super clean.

I was here in March of 2014 for the first time. I was impressed with the place and it was a quite location thats close to the road. My first time was for buisness and my needs were met with out having to ask for anything since it was already taken care of. Since my first time staying here I have been back a half dozen times and I will be back many more times and I look forward to check in at this hotel before I ever get there. Not to mention that the on sight restraunt is excellent for a steakhouse bar. Everything that I have ordered has been excellent with zero complaints. After a long day of driving this is a great place with room for the kids or pets to run off energy from being in the car all day. Plus when you get hungry they have a place right their without having to get back in the car and having to drive for a place to eat. If you need something they have a 7 11 gas station next door and to buy whatever you need or ran out of. Plus the next day when its time to get on the road you have several options for gas right by the hotel and you are right by the on ramps for I95 to get you on your way quickly. If you are staying for a few days you have the Nasa and Space museums, a war plane museum and the Police Hall of Fame Museum and Memorial that also has a gun range and training classes. But you can see items from 9/11 and evidence of famous crimes over the years that we have been a country. Including the Barker Families Tommy Guns and other Famous Criminals personal items. In the days of the BLM protests we have a place for the police officers that have been killed in the line of duty by criminals and terrorists as well as some great exhibits showing the various police gear, tools and test kits police officers use daily. They also have various cars/ motorcycles that were donated over the years to the museum and the prop police car from the Bladerunner movie in the 1970s. Its pretty cool to see if you have a couple of hours to kill and worth it. Plus its good to be able to pay respect to a job that most people do not respect or care for. Police officers deserve our respect for the job they do. Its a thankless job that somebody has to do to keep us safe at our homes and communities and deserve the respect that they deserve. If you stay here you will be happy and well rested. If you have your dogs with you they will love it. In the back of the property they have a large area to walk your dogs, watch the sunrise/sunset, or go bird watching. The kids can also run off the pent up energy from a long trip down to Florida. It is also about an hour to an hour and a half to Disney and the other theme parks in Orlando as well and is a good way to save some cash if your fine with the drive to get to the parks but you will save a fair amount of cash and avoid the crowds at the Disney Hotels. But if you have small kids they will love the parks hotels so you might prefer staying at the park. Where the older kids will prefer saving some money to get extra time at the parks.

Just as a typical Best Western, staff was good, room was ok, lights were dim, food was sub par. Did not use the amenities such as pool and gym, but noticed they had one and it looked good. Wi-Fi connection was good. Looking for a place to lay your head with comfy bed and minimal cost, excellent choice!

Great location. After a 18 hour drive it was nice to come to a clean room to relax and get ready for our vacation. Easy access to area attractions and the pool was clean. Only wish was that the two rooms we had were connected.

Was not sure what to expect from the mixed reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They happily switched rooms for us (to first floor) to accommodate our son in a cast. Beds were quite comfortable and room was clean. Wide assortment of foods at breakfast. For price point it was great!

This motel is a little dated, but efforts have been made to freshen it up. The beds seemed fairly new and comfortable. The room had been cleaned very well. The AC worked good and I had constant hot water when I took a shower. We were in the very back, so it was quiet without a lot of noise. There is a pool, though I did not have time to use it. I had forgotten mine and my husbands shaving things, but the front desk gave me two razors and some shaving cream, which I thought was super nice! My only complaints were the following: a microwave has to be requested for the room and there was no onsite laundry. Other than that, everything else was great! Those people who are comparing it to hotels, need to realize that this is a motel not a hotel, and having stayed in several motels myself, I can definitely say that this was one of my better stays.

Our place to go when visiting the Space Coast quiet, comfortable, convenient and an amazing staff. The breakfast includes hot foods (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles) a great yogurt bar. fresh fruit. My only addition would be peanut butter and bagels. The staff are so helpful and welcoming you feel at home and assured of a pleasant stay.

We've stayed in this hotel three times now on trips to Titusville. This time we brought daughter and grandkids so we needed a suite. Room was ok, but a little dated. We had trouble with the sliding key. Had to pull hard on door to get key to light up green and let us in. Breakfast was not quite as good as previous trips. A little hit and miss. We did let front desk know about room issues as we left. Just a tad disappointed this time. Still a good hotel.

Make sure you have plenty of outdoor activities planned as this is not a room for lounging or cocooning. Everything could use a refresh - the decor, furniture, even the faucets. Paint was peeling on the bathroom ceiling, bathtub was stained and had an odd film on the sides, vent did not work. The level of clean was so suspicious to me I went to the local Walmart for my own cleaning supplies for peace of mind. And I haven't since faucets like that since I rehabbed my last home. The 'office' chair had pitted arms full of pet hair? dustballs? King size mattress was uncomfortable with a skewed bed skirt. And where were bolster pillows for comfort TV viewing? At least the TV was new with ok cable options. However, you had to turn it up loud in order to hear anything over the extremely noisy a/c unit. But the wifi never did work. Breakfast left much to be desired too - mini options only, white bread only, corned beef hash instead of breakfast meat like sausage or bacon. This is the only BW I have seen that did not provide sealed yogurt containers: plastic cups were hand filled and half filled. No fruit except for frozen blueberries and fruit cocktail (which I stopped eating when I was 8); small apples were individually wrapped but no way to slice them up. No bananas, peaches, citrus, etc. That said, the front desk personnel were great. We had to change our room twice - once because there was no elevator to the second story room to aid my disabled mother, second because the mold/mildew in the next room almost triggered migraine. They were very polite and accommodating and really strove to make sure the room selection would work for us. The 2 best things about this hotel were the price and the location - I could tolerate all the negatives because the room price was cheap and the location was perfect for our purposes.

This was one-half- hour north of Port Canaveral, FL, where we were scheduled to leave on a cruise. It was a convenient location, lots to do in the area, many restaurants, and an overall enjoyable, restful short stay.

The free breakfast was just ok but it was free so what do you expect! The room had bugs near the sink which I found disgusting and I mean a lot of little bugs! The pool was ok but my kids were happy with it. The bed was comfortable. My husband found this deal online for $64 a night. The saying is true you get what you pay for.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful and pleasant- I was very happy with both of our stays this year- I was very surprised this room was so affordable- The outdoor pool kept the kids happy and the Steak restaurant was very good- I will stay here anytime we are in need of a room in Titusville

A little pricey for the hotel but that was because of the holiday. I understand. I had a small challenge when I arrived but the staff was amazing and very responsive and it was quickly forgotten. I would recommend and return to this hotel in the future. Management is exemplary and therefore the staff is exemplary.

For the price (under $100), this motel was very good. The rooms like many of these older motels are dated but it was clean. There is a pool but we didn't use it. The breakfast was much better than most with several hot items and very attentive hostesses. I rate it only 3 because I'm comparing it to more modern and pricey motels. It is close to NASA and an easy drive to the Space Center. One complaint I have was that the WIFI was weak and not secure so my Mac wouldn't send out my messages because it sensed an insecure network. This is certainly a reasonable option if you have children or want a less expensive lodging. There was a Durango Steak house between the office and the rooms so food and bar were readily available. We were first placed in a smoking room since we had booked online and apparently did not specify. They moved us to a non-smoking room and that was adequate. The dated AC units did leak a lot of water onto the entryways.

I wanted to visit NASA for a long time and hence decided to go there from May 20-22. I was looking for a single room for 4 persons close to NASA in Titusville and While I was looking for accommodation options most of them were minimum $170 per night that too some were not providing complimentary breakfast but fortunately I found this property for which I paid just $125 for 2 nights. Property is clean with nice beds and large LED TV and very close to NASA too. Their complimentary breakfast was very good. I will definitely visit here again.

Rooms outdated but clean. Staff was friendly and very nice. Would stop here again. Close to several food choices and gas stations. Close to some great outdoor views. Very reasonable rates for their rooms.

Room was dated with an old musty smell. Not overly clean but do-able for overnight stay. Crack all the way around the door, would have been concerned with safety if I had stayed alone. Only one small container shampoo & no condition provided. Ok but prob not stay here again.

It's just another Best Western... on site Laundry room out of order, Staff said it has been that way for some time..... Please have the carpets cleaned, filthy!!! Staff was nice, the rest of the room was ok.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and the room was clean but a bit outdated. Breakfast was decent but crowded. The pool was very small. Price was excellent! Hotel was a short drive away from Kennedy Space Center which is where we went during our time here. People in the parking lot were a bit noisy at times.

I am not sure how this motel currently has a 3 star rating. Obviously there are minimal selections in the area, but it is well worth the extra few dollars to stay at the Courtyard. (Which is where we have always stayed previously) This was last minute and all that was avilable. From check-in, I had the feeling we had traveled back in time when it came to the process as well as the decor and staff. Simply stated, you get what you pay for. Did not even bother with the breakfast, as I had only went for coffee but left as soon as I saw the coffee was instant, coming out of a machine like that at a rest area. Rooms are old but only positive was the bed was actually comfy.

Although we have stayed here before we always return due to the friendly staff and well maintained property, Since our last stay the facility has been freshened up and it is even nicer then before. My only two complaints are as follows. (1) The morning buffet is alright but several items are not very good. (2) The microwave and refrigerator have been removed from the room and I miss them. Overall the hotel is a great place to stay.

Having been to this hotel before I pretty much knew what I was getting. I was pleasantly surprised at the improvements made since my last stay. All the freshening up with paint and such made it a pleasurable stay yet again. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the restaurant on site makes it easy after a long day to relax and have a drink and dinner without having to drive anymore. I would highly recommend this hotel.

First off, this isn't a 3 star hotel. It's a 2 star, but it's a pretty decent 2 star. I should begin my review by saying we like nice hotels and only stay in motels when there is no other option. In this case there was no other option. We were in town prior to a Spring Break cruise and so was everybody else. They had availability and at a great price so we took it. We booked a stay and park package and we probably paid what a week's cruise parking cost for both the parking and motel. I highly recommend doing the cruise and park. When we pulled to the Best Western around 9pm a drunk homeless man was stumbling out of the bushes from the Waffle House which is very closely located to the lobby entrance.Then the homeless man vomited beside my car and proceeded to walk into the hotel lobby along side us. He asked for blankets and the hotel staff kindly obliged. I felt a mix of panic (that the man would be sleeping likely next to my car) and warmth for the staff with their obvious big hearts. Turns out you drive to the front door of your room. We left the homeless guy laying out his sleeping pad in the bushes and drove to the back of the complex to our room. It was fine. Somewhat dated but surprisingly comfortable and cleaner than what we imagined it would be. Breakfast the next morning was also decent. It was the standard waffle batter and powdered eggs but it was all presented nicely and kept clean by the staff. The motel was full and the other guest looked similar to my family and we heard several talking about boarding the cruises they were destined for that morning. All in all I would stay here again. I would try to book the Ramada down the street first but if it was full then this would do.

We were on the first floor thanks to a very accommodating young lady at guest check-in. It was greatly appreciated! The room was quiet, but nothing special. There were no bugs in the room which can be a problem especially in Florida.There was no mold in the bathroom. For three days, it was not a bad stay. Our room attendant was wonderful! The gazebo was vandalized by local thugs, I assume. So it is not as pretty as it appears on their website, nor is the pond/small lake (filled with algae). I have had better breakfasts however. Warm eggs would have been nicer rather than hash that we had one morning. Hard boiled eggs just don't do it for me. But, there was cereal, juice,and other items that probably might appeal to others staying there. Overall, if you are looking for an inexpensive hotel to rest your head at night, it may not be a bad option.

It's a budget motel and for the price it is good place to stay. The front desk staff was efficient and cordial. I didn't need anything special so I would not expect them to do anything more than check me in with a smile and friendly demeanor - they did. The room was small and lacked a bit. The beds were only doubles and not queens. The bathroom was very small and when on the toilet knees were bumping into the things. The fit and finish of the room was poor. The tile wasn't cut and set well with uneven grout lines. Water pressure was low in the shower but the water remained hot. There are lots of little things to remind you that it is an older property. But, the place was clean and for me that is paramount. The beds were not 5 star but were comfy enough. The AC worked as it all the other items (TV, lights, sockets, etc). Breakfast was ample, tasty and the employee kept things well stocked. I chose this BW because I am a rewards member and I go BW first whenever I can. I would stay here again since it was clean and close to where I wanted to be. Don't expect fancy at this location. It is basic but so is the price. I think I was out only about $80 with my AAA discount and for that price it was a good place to rest.

So, not what I would choose, however, traveling with two medium sized dogs...you must take what is available. Room was on the dark side, and could have smelled better...before my clean dogs showed up. However, friendly at check in & phone reservations. Nice grounds with room to roam & give dogs a break from room. Convenient location for our needs.

We are always pleased to stay at the BW Space hotel. We are birding people and love the Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge not too far from the hotel. So on our way home we stay there for at least one night, unless there is some event at the Wildlife Refuge that would keep us longer.

Stayed here for NASA trip. 20 min. from Kennedy. Only One turn from hotel. Breakfast was OK. Room was very clean, no odd smell when we walked in. Only negative is that the toilet was too close to the wall. Large person would have a tough time sitting down because the toilet paper dispenser is in the way.

We stayed here because it is a very short distance to Kennedy Space Center and the prices are quite cheap. But there is usually an issue when it comes to cheap, and this is not one of the exceptions. Apparently Priceline and this Best Western don't like to play nicely together. I initially booked a single night at the hotel, then decided to stay another night and bought another room through priceline. Upon arrival, the lady at the counter stated that i only booked for the next evening and that they were completely sold out. Thankfully, i am assuming the general manager/owner knew about this issue and stepped in on my behalf, showing the crewmember the issue and correcting it without argument or complaint. They happily gave us a map of the facility including a location of the vending machines and the hours of the attached restaurant. When we got to the room, all seemed well at first. Beds were nice and bouncy, a quick check under mattresses revealed no bed bugs and the internet worked nicely the entire time i stayed here. The showers were clean and the pressure was average, but the water was nice and hot. the room was quite stuffy when we first arrived, so we cranked the AC as low as it would go and went out for dinner. Once arriving back my travelling companion and I decided to bed down for the night. That was when the dreaded allergies attacked! My friend is much more sensitive than I was, and began hacking and coughing almost immediately. After about two hours of being awake, i moved to the desk to use my laptop which was coincidentally located right next to the AC. We disabled the airconditioning for the night and we slept much better. The next night it was more of the same, except this time i examined the AC unit and realized it had removable air filters that were absolutely caked with whatever stuff was in the air and it was basically just throwing all the allergens back up in the air. I cleaned the filters and both of us slept peacefully for the rest of the night. I wanted to give this place a good review thanks to it's proximity to Kennedy and having it's own restaurant built in, but i couldn't in good conscious recommend it if you are at all sensitive to allergens. Pros: Cheap Close proximity to Kennedy Space Center Close highway access has it's own restaurant on-site very good internet Cons: Very bad for allergies, dirty AC filters

room was clean, beds comfy, plenty of towels, no insects, fridge and microwave oven worked well, clean pool and pool deck ,Durango steakhouse in front has great food, drinks were reasonable, service great and an outside area for smokers.

Checked out five rooms to switch to and all of them were dirty and had strong smell of cigarette smoke. It may be a favorable one who want a value for money, one night and wont mind the dirty and smoke smelling room.

We had a wonderful stay! It was very convenient to Kennedy space Center and the Police Hall of Fame. Just a short drive to Cape Canaveral and the beaches. The 2 room, 2 bath, suite made it especially nice as we were traveling with 4 teenagers. Everyone enjoyed the pool and free breakfast! We would book again.

We booked this as part of a package with an external company. The location was good about 20 away from Port Canaveral. Check in was quick and our room was in the furthest building from the road. The room was clean, with 2 double beds that sadly were a bit too hard for us. The sink and vanity unit were separate from the toilet and shower, which was good as the shower room was tiny. My daughter went over to the pool but as it was only March it was a little cold but it was nice that it was open. The breakfast area was in a separate building by the pool and just like may other hotels that offer free breakfast the room was far too small, and i found it too hot. Standard offerings of cereal and sausage, egg etc. The location was good for Walmart, Aldi, and several restaurants.

I have to admit I was concerned about this Inn because we booked it on a website for $55. The rooms were not new but were sparkling clean, nice firm beds with good linen. Towels were nice and white. They do provide a full hot breakfast in a small building on the grounds, the only downside is they have about 200 rooms and seating for about 30 people. Otherwise the food was plentiful and hot. For the price and what they provide, I would say this stay was a pleasant surprise and a good deal. There is a very good independent steak house on the grounds. No need to travel for an evening meal unless yur a vegetarian.

Based on other reviews I was slightly concerned but my husband and I agreed the place was just fine - clean and comfortable and very affordable. Service at check in and out was good and breakfast was fine. Truly no complaints. Titusville seems to be a depressed community, so there were limited restraunt choices for dinner (especially since we were there on Easter Sunday so the few non-fast food places in town were closed!) but I was still glad we stayed there because it was on our way to the Kennedy Space Center and I wanted to see the wildlife refuge which was lovely and quiet. We saw lots of neat birds and 2 baby alligators! Definitely a decent place to stay, especially if it's a short visit and you're going to the Space Center.

Bed was comfy. Overall room size was very good but the bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. I've been in bigger closets. Picky. We just slept there. Gone all day. Internet worked very well. Well located for either the space center or wildlife refuge. Don't rely on booking.com if you have a room preference, i.e., ground floor. Call the motel. Mgr says booking.com does not pass on requests.

Drove in late and the front desk was busy. Didn't have any ground rooms so I was located upstairs. The hotel was extremely full with a lot of teens and parents. The AC is very old so it didn't have it as cold as I like it. Furniture is dated. Last picture was a roach in nightstand. The small kind, not palmetto bug.

Clean, comfortable for an older building and close to the space center. Very complete breakfast but the room is much too small. Good resultants nearby. Spouse was ill one morning and cleaning staff very accommodating. Wouldn't do a long stay, but very good for our purposes.

If booking more than one room, be sure and tell them at the time of booking if you want the rooms together. I booked and paid for 3 rooms at the same time and they were spread all over the building. Front desk was unable to put us in rooms together. I still don't understand how they can say "they didn't know we were together", when they were booked and paid for at the same time with same credit card.

This Property is old and badly in need of updates, there were many items in this place that we found not too desirable, you could see air around the door, rugs were stained, just generally not well kept. Would not stay there again.

i could see outside when the door was shut- due to gaps, and damage at the bottom of the door. the bathroom- good luck using the toilet if you're a bigger person, the toilet paper holder actually hangs over the seat. i've been in bigger airplane bathrooms. was given a ground floor room. all night long i was kept up from noise in the room above me. there was constant squeaking and walking- i heard it all. those noise didn't stop until 4am. there was also an unpleasant smell from another room's bathroom usage, which i guess got in through the extractor fan system. the beds were very comfortable, i will say that. shame i couldn't sleep from all the noise. walking distance to a waffle house, steakhouse and mcdonald's. avoid the waffle house- it was gross. there were ants in the soap dish but no sign of bed bugs. i think next time i'll just drive home and save myself the money.

Rooms are older but have been remodeled recently. Beds were clean but bathroom could have been better. The best part was the continental breakfast which included both hot and cold items. We took ours out to the beautiful screened in area and enjoyed our coffee around one of three family sized tables.

We booked rooms in November 2015. We had 12 people in 4 rooms, each with a roll-a-way. When we arrived, the front desk manager assured us that the roll-a-ways were in the rooms. We got the rooms, no roll-a-ways. Rather than apologize for not having checked, she just threw the housekeeping people under the bus. We made our reservations with HER. Managers should always trust but verify. I don't think I would stay here again specifically because of how offputting it was to have someone in charge so willing to blame someone else for her failings. What's more, when I called her by name, she said, "oh no, now you know my name," as if knowing her name were going to result in her getting her in trouble. She knew what she was doing was low class. I'll not name her in this review, but I won't stay there again because of her.

The Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable Everything worked. Quick check-in.,Breakfast was delicious. Location, location, everything was closed by. The food in the restaurant was amazing. It was on time ,good temperature and the staff was very helpful.

Room, old, smoky, surprised BW offers it. The hotel was like a truck stop. Breakfast, standard, but coffee was disgusting. Location/Price, average. Booked it through Hotwire, thought BW name should be standard, but disappointed. Internet was ok, cable connection, not too good. Reception, so so.

Excellent location near I-95. The property is "dated", but clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous (they also presented a positive appearance, which is important to me). WAY overpriced vis-à-vis my friends who had made earlier reservations. I have stayed in five star hotels for less and this is not a five star hotel.

Good clean hotel, Great area close to restaurants movies and stores. Staff was very nice. Unfortunately for us it happed to be Bike week and an airshow in town and something else so all the area hotels rates were outrageous. At least double the usual rates. Corporate should be ashamed but we know they are not.

The beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom was small. The room was clean and well cared for but the breakfast area was cramped and can be tight getting food. Overall I think it was pricey for what you received.

This place is in need of some cleaning up, that includes the property and the front desk staff. They are incredibly unorganized and unable to manage simple tasks. We arrived on a modestly warm spring day. The room was fine, simple, cheap but still fine. The beds are fine, the shower fine. Fine in general represents this stay. The room was SO cold overnight. We tried everything to make the heat work. Upon return from a lovely late dinner, we had warm showers and went to bed, still cold. What else could we do? Request another room and totally repack, move down stairs a midnight when we are dead tired? It was less than 40 degrees outside, keep in mind. We snuggled in and went to bed. We froze all night, but figured that we'd let the front desk know in the AM. Surly they're not aware, right? In the morning, we met one of the cleaning staff in the parking lot, and told her about the issue. She said, "oh yes we're all well aware". Hmm...this was strange? We then went to the front desk, where they said "oh we know, we only rent that room when we absolutely have to, like 2AM and nothing else is available". We checked in mid afternoon, 3ish. The motel was not full from what I could tell. Then I started to think...WHY are we in the room? WHY did no one let us know? WHY DOES NO ONE CARE? WHY? Because this is a really crappy stay, poorly managed with poor customer service. I asked to speak with the manager, but of course, she was not available (she's on vacation as I was told, surly with heat in her room). Don't stay here unless you want "just fine" with a side of unorganized and bad service. Cheap or not- not worth being treated like that.

The rates here are one of the best around for the type of room and service available.Breakfast is included and has improved this year over last year. I generally stay a couple of weeks each year as I enjoy the Canaveral state park on Meritt Island (a must see when your here if your a nature lover) Coffee in the rooms tv fridge in some rooms hair dryer ironing board and iron maid service is also very good. I would rate the hotel as a 2.5 star my opinion.

We selected the Best Western Space Shuttle Inn because it was close (~10 miles) to the Kennedy Space Center. The rooms were small with a small bathroom but were clean. The breakfast area was not large enough to accommodate the number of guests staying at the motel. It also was not organized very well, with the coffee urns right in the middle of all of the breakfast items. The only exception to the breakfast items being together was that the cereal was located around the corner on a separate wall. Although I wanted cereal, I didn't see it until I was finished eating.

If you're passing through and need a place to sleep, this will suffice. It is a no frills and aged hotel but for the dollar it's got a great location and was clean. You never know what you're going to get with a Best Western unfortunately.

(Disclaimer: Central FL tourists who booked at Best Western from a Priceline option) Being an ‘outside' hotel (you exit your room and immediately face the outside) many of the structures and road looked a bit worn out but not in complete disrepair. But the rooms inside fared much better. The layout and appearance was typical of hotels in this range, but at least everything was cleaned and dusted. I can't dock much points for anything-- it was better than expected! GLANCE AROUND THE HOTEL The free WiFi served its purpose. No drops. Although we didn't use it, a quick glance at the pool revealed a decently maintained pool (it wasn't drained and growing weeds). This place wasn't far from the Kennedy Space Center and was in a good location next to the exit—so many fast food choices. EXTRA EXTRA – LOCATION AND COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST … and a hot complimentary breakfast at that. Think Waffles and Sausages in addition to the typical Yogurt, Bagels, and Cereal.

Excellent place to stay. I would stay there again. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was great. Breakfast was great a wide variety of food. I have no complaints at all and the prices were reasonable.

Spent one night in late February while travelling southbound. Motel was obviously older but had been recently updated. Our room was very clean and our beds were comfortable. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again on future travels.

This hotel is convenient, clean, and a good place to stop with a pet. It is an older facility, but the bed is comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast with adequate with a selection of hot food, which was nice.

The location is good for the Space Center. The décor is slightly dated but other than that it was decent The front desk staff was friendly and helpful with restaurants. The selection for breakfast was what we have experienced at numerous other hotels, but some foods, eggs, for example, were over cooked.

What a find. The location was great (maybe 20 minutes) to The Kennedy Space Center. Our room was so fine and the steakhouse restaurant on premise was a very good convenience with a fun bar area. The breakfast area was good also. Would definitely stay here again.

We use Go Port Canaveral and chose the Best Western for our stay. Check-in was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. We ate at Durango's, which was great and the service was awesome. The service overall was fantastic. Breakfast the next day, however, was atrocious. We both had cereal, because the hot food was pretty unedible. Also, we had to wait in line forever and it was a very cramped space. !!Warning!! Titusville does not have easy transportation for travelers!!!! We magically got an uber to see a movie about 3.5 miles away, but were almost stranded at the cinema because there were no Uber cars, no Lyft cars, and no Curb service at all. Plus, almost no taxi companies would come get us - we made no less than 10 calls to get a ride home.

Awesome service, great location, the restaurant attached but not owned by the hotel was great. Only downside is the mattress was very uncomfortable. Great breakfast, staff was friendly. Nice place for an inexpensive get away

Great internet, hot breakfast and easy parking. I had a trailer and could easily park, even when hotel was book full. Internet was always easy to use and fast. Breakfast was good for a chain hotel but some hotels decided powdered eggs are cheaper and over use them. But it was OK breakfast.

Service is really good but the bed is awful. So very uncomfortable. They upgraded us to a jacuzzi room but it only has a double bed. Not really enough room for a "larger" couple like us. But we got impression that options were limited. The staff are really sweet and helpful. Even though the bed is uncomfortable and small, it was a nice experience.

Staff was very helpful and the room was just what we needed for a good night of rest before continuing on our trip. A very good steak house is in the facility. I would recommend this facility if they are in that area,

We stayed here one night so we could visit the Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge. This is about as close as you can get without paying beach prices. Take your own pillow because they have those foam-pieced pillows. They do provide a filling breakfast and it will get you to the next food outlet. The place is pretty shabby in some areas--our entry door was warped. But I can't complain about the price. I would return because we just needed a good night's sleep before an early rise and visit for birding. Our room was quiet even with all the NASCAR folks there for Daytona races. The desk help was courteous and informed.

Very handy for Kennedy Space Centre (about 6 miles) older style motel with on site restaurant and bar (very good) comfortable clean room- could do with a bit of updating. Friendly check in staff. Breakfast room totally chaotic(far too small!!!!) probably best avoided or go early.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel en route to an event at NASA. We arrived around 10 pm and left around 5:30 a.m., so I can't speak to many amenities (except the Wifi, which she used successfully). From the standpoint of having a place to stay that was clean, accessible, and safe, this filled the bill just fine. Was it the most immaculate lodging I ever had? No, not exactly but it was clean and accommodating. // I did abandon efforts to make coffee in-room because of standing water in the coffee maker -- even when I turned it upside down and tried to empty it, I really couldn't achieve that. A small issue that I am sure the hotel would have helped resolve but I did not have time at 5 am! :-)

Check was slow agent on phone. In the room we couldn't get t.v. to work and so much dusk on the t.v.and stand you could run your finger threw it. Front desk had suggestion to get t.v. to work which worked but still no sound. The tub had rust around plug. Hotel definitely not up to 3 star. Front desk gave us another room with working t.v. on back second floor. There isn't any elevator. The rooms were quite and beds comfortable. Carpet was coming apart at doorway on second room. Breakfast was good lots of hot items, eggs, sausage, bacon and waffles. Fresh apples and yogurt available.Breakfast area was a separate room which was nice.Place was okay for price. Waffle house and Durango Steakhouse within walking distance. Outdoor pool was not useable no water and were working on it.

Unfortunately we have started in several Best Western Hotels across the country and even in Europe. This hotel was a very good price but it had a damp, smelly feeling to it!, it needs some upgrading. The beds were fine. Had to ask for more soap and towels.

My husband and I stayed here the night before our cruise in January. I found the room to be clean and No Bugs!! We had a double on the second floor at the back of the hotel. There is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. The lady at the front desk was friendly. We went next door to the Durango steakhouse and they had a drink special $.99 domestic beers and $.40 wings. There was a football game on and that was the football special. Our bartender was great she was very nice. Breakfast the next day was good, eggs a-little over cooked but otherwise good you can make your own waffles. There is a gas station next door that carries wine and beer. Also Waffle House is next door. I would stay here again. We booked through Go Port Canaveral and got the fly sleep and cruise deal, which was worth it..

Stayed in best western in Titusville with my husband and son for one night.at first glance room seemed reasonable for price!.Until we found cockroaches in the bed.Disasterous breakfast .Bathroom was so small you had to go outside to change your mindwill never stay here again!!!!The two supposedly 'Queen' beds were normal doubles.One of the beds was covered in dog hairs.We our dog lovers but at home.Also the cuppa tea was a disaster.

We always stay at the Space Shuttle for our weekend birding events. They always take extra care to assure we are taken care of and the breakfast is wonderful!! The hotel restaurant is excellent too. The rooms are little dated but that is okay with us. It is clean and the staff is very nice.

We stopped here the night before a cruise. Did the stay and park package. Check in was quick and the room was clean. The breakfast room was way too small for all the people and food wasn't that great. But hey, it was included. Will stay here again.

Everything went smoothly until I checked into my room and found roaches. We called the front desk and asked if they could spray. They said they could not, by law. They offered to move us to the second floor, but 1) they could not guarantee the other room was roach free and 2) I have medical issues which makes climbing stairs painful. Since we were traveling with another couple in their car, leaving for another hotel was not a viable option either. Since we bought a package thru a third party (Go Port), Best Western would not offer any compensation. Since I paid $109 dollars for room and shuttle, I was shocked when I was only offered a reimbursement of $45. Matt from Go port said he reimbursed me what HE pays for the room which he buys in blocks at wholesale! Best Western would not even give me my rewards points because I booked with a third party. That should not matter--Best Western still got my money, whether it was from me or the the third party. I would like to be reimbursed the difference between what I was reimbursed from Go Port and the cost of the motel. No where in Florida can you find a Best Western for $45! I contacted Best Western directly and while they were apologetic, you think they would have at least offered a small token of compensation!

We were not sure about being pet friendly, not that we do not love dogs, no complaints in the area. Check in was quick, staff efficient. The room was huge with 2 double beds his and hers. Non smoking. The room also had a fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Large T.V. Free local calls & Plenty of free parking. We paid a little more than some of the other places we had stayed at that were on par. Great Breaky, although we are not used to eating very cold hard boiled eggs, found them on offer in a few motels along the way we had stayed at. Different. Free WIFI was available. We had no complaints with this Motel, we would recommend this for an overnight stop.

Weather was frightful. Room was clean and warm. Would stay again. Liked having the breakfast room in a separate building away from check in-out lobby. Had a wide range of food items offered, cold and hot.

Liked this place. Wasn't sure we would. It is slightly dated. But the room was nice. Beds comfortable. Breakfast very good. Hash browns, pancakes, eggs, cereals, corned beef hash. People were very nice. Desk folks, housekeeping. And this hotel is close to all of the Space Coast major attractions. It's not cheap, but was worth it.

Arrived at the hotel and was obvious I had a walking problem and was in pain. They gave me a room in the furthest reaches of the back of the complex. Design is terrible, scattered buildings, no indoor walkways or hallways, no elevator to be found. I asked if there were any other rooms available due to my condition. I was told the entire hotel was booked, and there was one other room next to the one they gave me. That, of course was false. In about 10 minutes of going in my room I was able to verify DOZENS of rooms available and ready to be booked at same or lower price that I was paying.
