SureStay Plus by Best Western San Antonio Fiesta Inn

Summary: Not a "Plus" level hotel. Manager and family live on site and limit their work hours. Checkin: The sign said they were busy cleaning rooms, but there was 1 car in the parking lot. I think they just didn't want to be bothered with guests. Lobby: The mens room was "out of order". Room: It was definitely dated, but it was comfortable. There was a little bit of road noise. I stayed on a Sun night and the next morning there were only 9 cars in the parking lot. Yet, I heard footsteps directly above me. Breakfast: Honestly the worst I've ever had at a hotel. Few selections. The waffles were okay. The egg patty was poor quality. I don't eat sausages. The juice machine was "out of order" - or perhaps they just didn't want to offer it. Checkout: No one was at the desk. Value: A good value. The room was good enough and the price was fair.

Dirty floor, broken stuff not taken care of, mold on the wall, hair and private part hair on in the tub. Extremely dirty tub. Nasty bed. Broken and dirty toilet.I would give a negative comment if possible. Saw a bug in the room and scared my little kid. Very disappointed that this was a best western plus. It was no where near the quality of other best westerns.

The hotel is nice, but they don't clean the rooms properly AND THERE ARE BIG COCKROACHES. They do not frequently provide you with supplies such as toilet paper, soap or facial towels on a daily basis. The staff is friendly, except for a man who is there in the afternoons, who is not very friendly when requesting services, such as activating keys, if by mistake the guest makes them inactivated. He is not patient with people that not speak English very wellIt is not a good accommodation option

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms were very out dated and the AC was broken and staff did not want to fix. After many request they finally helped and were very rude in doing so. The AC unit was old and the coils were full of crude. Even after seeing that the staff acted like we were the problem..

First of all the staff was friendly and helpful. No problems there. Room was just ok. Breakfast was ok. No coffee...just an instant coffee machine. Not a Keurig either. That would've been a better chioce. Nescafe coffee and it was gross. Pool was good. Location is good for most places to go in San Antonio. Difficult to get in and out of at certain times of the day. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. Just needs to be updated badly. Mattresses are not comfortable and had a hard time sleeping. We stayed for 3 days. No sleep and no coffee. It's personal to me to have a comfortable bed and coffee. Especially when I'm paying for those things.

Don't be fooled by the sign that says Best Western Plus. This hotel is definitely not a Plus. 1980 style rooms not what you would expect in a modern hotel. Leaky faucet, funky bathroom layout. There was a wine cooler instead of a mini refrigerator so no way to freeze anything and no adjustment for temperature. Beautiful building and grounds just needs an interior room makeover for each room.

Fantastic Best Western. Beautiful area. Rooms were very nice & clean. Breakfast was good. Comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this motel & I would recommend staying for a couple days to explore. Staff was excellent.

Room has multiple issues. One mattress was horrible, 3 lights over the mirror were burned out. Also window sill paint was half missing from what looked like a window being left open. Deff one of the lower quality best westerns I've stayed at

Having never stayed in this facility before my wife and I were unsure of what to expect. We were celebrating our anniversary and also had a company function to attend. Our initial concern about size of room was put on the back burner for (2) reasons......Water pressure and comfort of bed. In addition the staff was superb!

Entire facility was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We were upgraded and enjoyed our room. Pool was nice and clean, breakfast was good with a variety to choose from. Definitely a good value, would recommend staying here and will choose this hotel again if ever traveling through San Antonio.

I needed a clean room with a shower that was comfortable enough for several days at a good price. This hotel was excellent for my stay. I'm not looking for luxury, but I got a few unexpected extras: Excellent customer service, my room was big and room with a comfortable desk for my work and a bar for my coffee maker and for eating my meals. There was a decent coffee machine in the foyer and hot eggs for breakfast every morning. There were a couple of things that could have been better, like higher quality bagels and higher water pressure in my room, but for the price I am not going to complain.

We stayed here for a football camp at UTSA.The hotel is older, but is a nice place. The staff is super helpful. The handle on the toilet broke as soon as we got into the room. The front desk immediately swapped our room, no questions asked. The rooms open up to the middle of the courtyard and the pool. Only negative I had is the breakfast. The selections were kind of limited, but they were hot and fresh.

Rajesh was very polite. We did not have any special requests but his professionalism led me to believe that he would do his best to meet any requests. The area was quiet, room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The dining area was also very tidy and the breakfast was tasty.

Rajesh was GREAT—however, very inconvenient to have to ask him for everything that was needed. Just about everything is out of order, not working, NOT CLEAN, or all of this. Our room has clothes behind the refrigerator from previous guest, 2 working lightbulbs in vanity area, poor AC unit, sticky carpet throughout, no ventilation in bathroom, door deadbolt did not lock, swimming pool area extremely dusty & garbage not picked up around pool or garbage cans, refrigerator not very cool, broken equipment throughout the property & on full display; NO HOT TUB— photo on website is false. Very poor overall & definitely will not stay or receive recommend to anyone except to NOT STAY there. Extremely disappointing because overall we had such good experience with Best Western before COVID but not afterwards. Very poor quality.

It's been a while since I've travelled but this place never disapoints! They have the most comfortable beds and clean rooms.we love thier pool! The breakfast is delicious! They have a full Hot breakfast and extras for kids that includes waffles and cold cereal .the manager is very nice and offers you free drinks when you check in .please go check this place out!

The room was neat and perfectly clean. The property outside was also very clean. Staff was pleasant and friendly. The outside pool area was exceptionally clean. The parking areas around the hotel had more than adequate lighting.

Stayed Rms. 222 and 223 from 7 April to 7/ 14. Been staying here since 2015 on visits to family except for 2029 hiatus due to Covid restrictions. Place is convenient to Shavano are where kids live. Sad to report that the place has really gone downhill. Found out on the 8th that the shower in 222 was all scared up. Cartridge in the old Moen shower valve had been installed backwards. When valve handle was turned to the blue marked side, (which should yield cold water) gave almost boiling hot water. Conversely, when the know was turned to the re marked, received cold water. Of course to turn the shower on at all, one had to go through the blue marked are , which yielded dangerously hot water. That is a real safety issue. I reported it to front desk. Twice. No corrective action at all, all during my stay. Shower head was clogged or partially cloggedin about a quarter of the circumference of the head. The clogs made the shower head spew water out of the shower onto the floor. Could not adjust shower curtain to keep water in tub. Floor got soaked, even with bath mat / rug in place to soak up water. Another serious safety issue, in terms of potential slip and fall problem. Reported to front desk. Multiple times No correction action. Spout for tub was loose and actually fell out of wall when water was flowing through spout before pulling up the diverted know to send water up to shower head. At least not a safety issue. Yes. Told the front desk. No response. Toilet constantly leaked water from the tank through the flapper valve into the bowl. When the tank level dropped enough, the float valve turned and refilled the tank. Every four minutes. Again and again. Every four minutes. Over and over and over. Front desk I hear you ask? Multiple times. No corrective action, and this leak was costing the hotel operator serious money for wasted water. Go figure. One of the five light bulbs in the light bar over the sink was out when I checked in on 7 April. I was still out when I checked out on 14 April. Yes I told the front desk. Multiple times. No corrective action. On the plus side the breakfast buffet was okay. UUsual fare. Not quite the Plaza in NYC, but OK. The pool And garden area in the center courtyard were nice, for both swimming and just for sitting and reading a book or catching up with messages on my phone. Good service from front desk to get cab to go downtown on Sunday the 10th to go to Riverwalk for last day of Fiesta. No way I was going to drive downtown with the crowds at Riverwalk that day. Still overall a very disappointing stay at a hotel we have used for years. Going to need to rearrange hotel accommodations for next trip to San Antonio. The hotel is old and things wear out and break. I understand that. But to have management ignore significant issues, after reporting them multiple times, is just totally unacceptable.

My husband and I have been in about 20 different hotels in the past couple of months and this was by far the nicest one we had been to. The quality of the room, lobby and breakfast areas show through loud and clear. And the staff are friendly and helpful. This is a wonderful hotel!

Would not recommend. Needs to remodel . Looks old and dingy. Amenities like breakfast are not to my expectations like in other best western I have stayed in the past. Austin bestwestern city hotel was one of my favorites.

Staff very helpful. Older motel but was in good condition. Center courtyard and pool very well kept. Breakfast was okay given COVID restrictions. Needs were comfortable and room was clean. Good location for us to reach our family that we were visiting.

When we arrived we were upgraded to a suite, which was sweet! LOL! Our room didn't have a hair dryer, so I called the front office. They told me that there was suppose to be a hair dryer in the closet, but it wasn't there. They told me that I didn't need to get it at the front office, they would bring it to me. Someone was there within 5 minutes. The entire staff continued to go above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Our room was spacious and everything that we needed. The breakfast was a typical Best Western breakfast. The pool and landscaping was outstanding. Wifi worked well. There are several restaurants close by. I would recommend this hotel!

We stay in Best Westerns whenever possible, from coast to coast. Didn't know I needed a hotel til midnight. Got the last room in a Best Western in San Antonio. Friendly manager, improvement being built at this older, but still clean, neat, property.

We planned this trip last minute and this hotel had pretty good prices. The rooms were decent and the breakfast was good. The manager was very welcoming. Had a lovely and comfortable stay. It was close to the stores and to six flags. The location was very convenient to be at reach to everything.

In honestly this hotel ruined our first night in SA, first room was dirty and second room lamps didn't work and neither did the remote there was a hole in the room for some reason. Just honestly I won't stay here anymore it's the closest BW to my brothers home but rather stay at another than stay here again

This hotel is very a very clean, nice, quick and easy place. It is an easy off the I-10 access road, and there is a street near to allow you to circle back to shops, and back on I-10. It's design has an center courtyard and pool that creates a very nice layout from room doors to the pool. It was very lighted at night and you felt safe.

I was very pleased by my stay here. The lobby and room was great. The location is great. We didn't partake in the continental breakfast because of covid but it was offered. We will stay here again when we come back!

We stay at Best Western all the time and this hotel was not near the standard of what a Plus should be. The hotel is very dated. There was no shampoo in the room, breakfast consisted of a frozen breakfast sandwich. The front desk gentleman was nice and tried to make us feel welcome. I would never classify this hotel as a plus and would not recommend staying here until it is updated.

1st time use of restroom had an overflow. Housekeeper was quick to clean and fix the issue. Tried to wash machine took money and did not work. Staff refunded money. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.

The pool was green. I expected interior corridors. Although the doors are facing a courtyard instead of the parking lot, there was no door keeping people from the outside from getting access to our room/door.

This was not the best hotel for the price. Seemed there people living at the hotel, having their own charcoal grills in parking stalls. I would have expected a better atmosphere for the price that was charged.

This "hotel" does not meet Best Western standards. No ice machine on site, room A/C was balky and seemed to have a mind of its own and would not cool the room. There are receptacles on the shower wall for shampoo and conditioner: both were empty. Place looks like a 1970's-era apartment complex: exterior room entrances, 2 floors, stairs only, no elevator. Beds were sunken and lumpy. And STILL over $100/night after taxes. We did not even try the breakfast as there are many choices in the area. Got out as fast as we could. Will never go back.

Our first -- and last -- time at this Best Western (which is our "go to" chain). Front desk staff was nice. We travel a lot and are not easily squeamish, but we were grossed out when we found stains, some quite large, on all linens: sheets, pillowcases, blanket, quilt, and all but one hand towel. Some of the towel stains looked fresh. (To be fair, we did not contact the front desk because we did not discover these problems until late at night and early the next morning and did not want to go through the chaos of a room change or housekeeping coming in.) We peeled off most of the bedding to sleep and skipped a much needed shower. Carpet was gross, too . Breakfast was still not available at 7:30 so we left and bought it elsewhere. Overall bad experience. When we filed out BW survey on how they did, manager sent form letter reply saying they hoped we would give them another try in the future. Um.... nope!

The room was great along with the soaps and lotions provided. I was not bored staying in the room, the hotel provides great channels and the pool area is pretty relaxing and always kept clean. The hotel is in a convenient area so getting food from a restaurant/fast food place or grocery store was easy.

This hotel was decent for the price. It is an older hotel but the rooms were clean. Be sure to bring power cords for outlets. There aren't any usb hookups. We only had a couple of minor incidents that were not a big concern. Tv remote needed batteries and the in room coffee pot needed a cleaning. Otherwise, everything was fine. Staff is very friendly and check in was easy. Bed were comfortable. I would recommend if only staying a night or two in the area.

Got charged $300 for one night that should have been $130 at the most an thats still on the high side.When i complained to their corporate i got told " that was our springtime price." That they never bothered to post those prices.

The front desk staff is super, friendly and very helpful in a helpless situation. The room was horrible. No where in the room was clean and the room smelled very bad, Everything is worn out and should have been replaced some time ago. The mattress is just one big lump. The last persons dirty washcloth was still hanging on the shower rod. I should have just left. The next morning I awoke to cockroaches on he filthy carpet. This should not be a Best Western and surely not a Plus. I was told the owner, who I observed, was suffering from mental issues and just wanders the property. I observed this. Stay anywhere else.

From the greeting when we arrived until check out our interaction with the front desk/manager was by far the most pleasant of any BW we have stayed at this trip. The room was very clean, well stocked and lacked for nothing . Great beds and quiet rooms!

My husband and I stayed one night here, in route home to Florida. We called a few hours in advance and they had no problem holding a room for us. Check in was easy and they remembered my request for a ground level room so parking nearby would eliminate the arduous luggage shuffle. The first room they put us in smelled a bit like cigarettes and I discovered the sink was leaking. They quickly moved us to a room two doors down. Basic room, a bit dated but in good shape. Bed was ok. Quiet night really. The pool area was pretty but not heated so at this time of the year it was just nice to look at. There was a bit of obvious repair being done on the elevator, as it was cordoned off with orange safety tape. Not pretty but understandable. They also had no issues with giving us a later checkout ( not many visitors that night). I would stay again. Interested note: do not park under trees in November. I've never seen so many Finches in one place and they made quite a mess of or vehicle. We went to the carwash as soon as we left ( there is a nice one just down the street and on the way back to I 10.

I live in Canyon Lake 45 min away but my boyfriend and I had a late dinner with some friends so we figured we stay closer to downtown so we wouldn't have to drive up so late at night. Next morning we woke up with bed bug bites ! At first I thought it was just a mosquito bite but as the day went on all the bump started showing up and finally my boyfriend also complained to me about his bites ! When I call the woman just asked why didn't call immediately. I was with family that whole weekend and did not want to freak out my family thinking we were carrying around bed bugs everywhere ! Did not offer a refund or anything. I stay downtown in airbnbs all the time what a huge mistake to stay at this best western ! Lesson learned !!

All around great experience at low price. There's not much else to say. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the Northwest area of San Antonio, Texas. You won't be disappointed...

Rooms are nice. Management is very nice. I had actually checked out late without letting them know, but management was fine with it. No fees. Good management. Nice and quiet place. Seemed like it was in a good area.

Stayed a week. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. No elevator yet, but in process of putting one in. Nice pool area, although a bit too cool for us to use it. Staff helpful with suggested things to do and see.

Check Inn was quick and easy. Staff was great. I had a special request, and it was done. Rooms are spacious and updated. Everything worked and room was very clean. Beds are comfortable and water pressure is strong. Breakfast is good, many hot choices as well has standard cereals and pastries. Check-out was quick and staff has always been professional and accommodating.

Its quiet, a good value with attentive staff. I was pleased to see the new elevator system under construction. I've been staying her about 5 tears as its close to the home of the relatives we visut, and I don;t have to get on freeways to reach the relative house. Being into my 70s now I am not fond of stairs, abd wukk enjoy the new elevator system, In Room 225, my last stay, there is no light in the closet, and that closet is DARK. I inadvertantly left some clothes in the closet when packing to leave. Just didn't see the black pants still hanging up. Aster getting home I noticed the absence of the pants. Quick E mail to Nayna Patel resulted in the recovery of the pants from the room closet and the quick shipment of the pabts to my home by Priority Mail. Nice. personal, and attentive service. Only "glitch" was that one morning the breakfast area was so crowded there were literally no no seats available at any of the tables. Sitting on the soft couches near the big screen TV balacing a paper p;ate on one's lap left something to be desired. The breakfast was good, but the seating wasn't. Might want to consider opening the conference room adjacent to the breakfast spot for overflow diners when the seating capacity in the eating area is overwhealmed

Went to San Antonio for a short weekend trip with the family. We arrived at the hotel. They had our reservations ready. check-in was fast and accurate. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. We basically needed the room for rest after a long day out. We will return.

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel...Rooms were clean and comfortable, customer service was good and the neighborhood around the hotel was not a problem. Also the breakfast was pretty good! Scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes and refried beans...I'd definitely stay here again if the rates were favorable!

We were greeted as honored guests, even received a room upgrade. The beds were comfortable. The mirror was well lit. We sleep best when a room is cool, quiet, and dark. This room was perfect for us! Our daughter lives a few miles from this hotel. We plan to stay here when we return to San Antonio.

Bed sheets was not changed. We found dirty socks under the bed sheets. We opted to asks for new set of sheets and changed it our selves instead of changing room. Check in and out is ok and location is close to Sixflag Fiesta.

Our first room was very small, dark, and nasty. It was also on the second floor. There was no functioning elevator during our stay, so we asked for a room on the first level. There was URINE on the sheets and mattress of the bed in the “suite” room. Absolutely disgusting. Rooms assigned were also not cleaned at all. Avoid at all costs.

Always no matter what time of day they were always courtesy with a genuine smile for you. We felt at home immediately. The breakfast was hot every day and the biscuits were thick and yummy. There was sausage patties n eggs n waffles everyday then .

When we arrived, one of my rooms was not ready. Check in is at 3:00pm and the room was not ready until about 4:15pm. The fitted sheet of my other room appeared to have a blood stain which I didn't notice until the day of check out. I know it wasn't my blood stain. My other room also smelled musty.

Great Hotel,Very Clean and very helpful and nice staff. Very nice breakfast selections.Clean and spacious rooms. Clean pool and fitness center. Would stay again in the future. Ten minutes away from Six flags and about 20 minutes from Sea world.

My family and I stayed for 2 nights while in town for a wedding. The room was larger than expected with comfortable beds. The House keeping staff were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast at the hotel was very good with lots of options to choose from. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in this side of SA again.

The staff were outstanding. They were all very friendly and helpful with advice and suggestions. The location was easy to get to and a short distance from downtown and everywhere we wanted to go. The price of the room was a great bargain freeing up funds for other attractions compared to the prices we pay in other locations. The motel was sold out over the weekend but was still very quite and peaceful

My wife and I stayed here during our trip to San Antonio and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Friendly staff and clean room. Nice breakfast with one day serving bacon and refried beans which were delicious.

Was not sure what to expect because the outside was very dated but the interior was really nice and clean, the room was clean and the breakfast was really good. will definately stay at this hotel again.

Ive been saying at this best western for more than 10 years every time I travel to visit El Paso, Texas. Its perfectly located for me because i'll Drive from New Orleans about 8 hours away and stop here because its on I-10 west just west of San Antonio right off the highway. It's basically my half way point. Last year the swimming pool was cleaned and painted. A gas station sits on the corner making it easy to gas up and hit the road in the morning. This is my rest stop going and coming from El Paso. The breakfast is aways good, the rooms are clean and the staff is always friendly. I will continue to stay here on my way to El Paso and beyond. Plenty of stores and restaurants all nearby. My favorite is HEB, they have everything. Best Western is located right next to Interstate 10, makes it easy to get back on the highway east or west bound.

It's been a while since we really enjoyed a Hotel Stay with no complaints whatsoever. We stayed here through a Groupon Purchase and it was worth it! 1. The hotel was VERY clean. We even took an infrared flashlight to check it out. 2. FINALLY A HOTEL WITH NO HARD WATER!!! Dear, God! We've stayed all over Dallas and Oklahoma City and bathing is a nightmare. Best Western's water was a delight. 3. The staff was amazing. Kudos! 4. The complimentary breakfast was very, very good. Eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice, a waffle maker, bacon, ham... I can't complain at all. 5. The price was very reasonable. 6. Location-wise it's only 15 minutes to everything you came to see and enjoy in San Antonio. It even has a Costco right across the highway. We came here to hide away from life for a bit. We ended up living more than we expected for a short weekend. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

You can tell by the way the grounds are maintained that they care about the property, and you can tell by the attitude of the staff that they genuinely care about each guest. Each time I have to make a trip to San Antonio (business, medical, leisure), regardless of my destination in town, I always stay at this property. I know I will be welcomed warmly, that my room will be tidy, parking will be near my room and my stay will be quiet. I've yet to be proven wrong!

great experience/clean rooms/plenty of pillows/towels...very friendly staff...we have found our go to hotel in San Antonio...very close to six flags...no noticeable road noise ..breakfast and coffee in the lobby really was convenient...definitely will stay again

Really enjoyed our stay and wish it had been longer. Staff was great, super comfy beds. Pool was relaxing. Bathroom great size. So many choices on breakfast and hot food as well as cold. After a bad bad bad experience the night before at s different hotel nearby this was such a welcome and pleasant experience. Really close to 6 flags also.

It is a very good hotel very clean and very friendly staff the bed in the room was very confortable and the location was very good! Ive seen a lot of people walking around at nights in other hotels in san antonio but this one was very good

This is a very meticulously maintained property, everything is fresh and new. Heated pool, fast Wi-Fi, great hot breakfast. When we first arrived the pool was packed and we were concerned about noise, but the rooms are very well insulated and we didn't hear a peep, had a great nights sleep. Fabulous stay, we look forward to staying here again.

They double bill your card and pretend it's a hold. The hold should have been released when I arrived and presented my card. But not you bill for the hold and the room. Stay away from this location they will scam you!

I stay at this motel regularly for business and am always happy with my room and the service. The location is great and easy to access. The staff members are always friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the free breakfast is good.

I was pleasantly surprised with how nice and big this room was! For a hotel with an "outside" door it was super nice. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning system was awesome! No complaints here.

This hotel was super nice, clean and well located. 5 mins away from Six Flags, 15 to 20 mins from Riverwalk it was definitely a very good choice. Room has very good size, shower and toilet are separated from sink which is perfect. Pool seems very attractive but it was cold so we didn't have the chance to get in. I will definitely choose this hotel on my next visit to San Antonio

Stayed Feb 7 through 12, 2019. Two rooms, 205 and 226. No elevator to second floor rooms. Poor I didn't like that on two mornings out of five the wake up call I had set up the previous night never came. I didn't like that the alarm clock in the room could not be set. It was broken. Called the desk for a replacement alarm. Never got one. Fortunately, my cell phone has a loud alarm on it, as from experience I knew the "wake up call" system was unreliable and had a 40% failure rate, and the alarm clock was totally non functioning and had a 100% failure rate. I didn't like that the morning hot breakfast buffet (scrambled eggs, sausage patties) was on one morning fully depleted at 8:50 AM, though the sign stated that breakfast was available through 09:30 AM. When I asked for replenishment of the eggs and sausage I was told that there was no one to make it. Can't be advertising hot breakfast until 09:30 and then have it evaporate at 40 minutes early. I didn't like that at checkout from our two separate rooms on Feb 12 when I asked for a copy of the bill / charges showing that I had paid for everything I was told that they would not do that as any bill copies had to come from Travelocity. I didn't like that I never got my Best Western Rewards points, though I asked for them upon check in and check out. These folks do not seem capable of sweating the details. Though my son and daughter in law live in SAT, and we visit often, and this hotel is convenient to their house, we won't ever stay at the Best Western Plus Fiesta Inn again.

Staff were great. Room was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice room was. Breakfast hit the spot. Close to UTSA, six flags, and shopping. Will stay here again. Room was roomy enough for us and 3 kiddos

Hotel staff is very professional and friendly. Check in was quick and easy. It is an older style hotel, but has been upgraded to a PLUS. Rooms were big and the beds very comfortable. Rooms were clean and everything works well. Heily, the manager, was very nice and concerned with our stay. Breakfast was hot and ample with a variety of choices. I will stay here again any time I'm in San Antonio.

The staff was friendly but that is about the only positive thing. The bed had huge dips on each side where people lay. I'm not talking about you could kinda feel it when you laid down, I mean you could actually see them with the bedspread on the bed. That mattress should have been thrown out years ago. You are laying in hole. One of the pillow cases had gum on it. The carpet looked like it had been laid over an old wood floor with missing planks. There were uneven places in the carpet that were shaped like missing wooden planks. The shower had a dispenser for soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Not a bad idea but they were either empty or didn't work. From the condition of the room you get the impression that they just don't care. Go somewhere else!

My husband and I booked this room for Christmas Eve after he returned from a tour. Rajesh made us feel right at home. He was polite and accommodating. If I am ever in San Antonio again, I will stay at this hotel. It is a great value, and they provide amazing service. Our room was clean and spacious. I couldn't believe we got such an amazing rate. They have lovely amenities such as a pool, fitness center, and free breakfast. You probably won't find a better value in the area.

We stayed for two nights and had a great stay. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was great. We didnt get a chance to get in the pool.since it was 40 degrees out but it looked clean as well. I did go into the fitness room it was small but I was able to do what I needed.

Great place to stay. Very friendly staff. We were greeted every time we came through the lobby. We did miss the entrance a couple of times and had to circle the block. Will definitely stay here again.

Our room was not cleaned. The only things were done was that the beds were set, dirty towels were not around, but we only had a set of clean towel left on the rack. When we went to the front desk to complain about it, we were told no one could do it until the next morning, so we got the new sets of towels and pillowcases, new sets of towels and a box of tissue paper, and then we had to change them on our own. We were totally disappointed!

Man helping me with reservation was curt when making my reservation by phone directly to the hotel the day before. Otherwise the stay was good. The young lady that assisted me with check in/out was very helpful.

This is a great hotel with an equally awesome staff! Easy to get to, and it's so close to six flags!!! We stay here every single time we come to San Antonio to visit the park and we are never disappointed!

Very pleased with our stay. So close to Six Flags Fiesta Texas, our main reason for visiting San Antonio. We will definitely stay here again in the near future. We also saw the Alamo during big our visit to S.A.

This is a beautiful property. Well maintained. The rooms and property are very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They treat you like family. We used their meeting space for an event and we were extremely pleased. The room we stayed in was a 2 room suite. It came equipped with a microwave and fridge. The room had 3 queen beds. True queen beds. And they are super comfortable. The bathroom is big and the tub comes with the automatic shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser. The hotel is close to many restaurants and both popular shopping centers and Fiesta Texas is 5 minutes away. We cannot wait to return.

We had a small pageant to attend in SA and it was held in their ballroom. The staff was great. Super clean rooms. Great pool area! Breakfast bar was good as well. Very peaceful and quite despite being located off of I10. You could barely hear the noise!

I found this hotel online and on the lower price end but with good ratings. I took a risk and I am very happy I did. This place was truely amazing, very clean and awesome staff. The beds were pretty comfortable, more comfortable then some other pricey hotels. The breakfast was good, about what I would expect for this type of hotel but truely better then others I have been to. What truely makes this place is the staff. From the cleaning staff which did an outstanding job maintain the rooms to the general manager Nayna and assistant manager Heli. Both this ladies were super friendly and truely treated us like family, including my messy 5year old. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone on a budget and needing a friendly place to stay. 5 stars are just not enough.

Last-minute reservation I had a room reserved another hotel once I got there they said they gave my room away after I had confirmed we But be coming back this evening for that room. I had a reservation so I didn't think nothing of it. Yet we come to the hotel to be told they no longer had a room and that I was the fourth person they would turn away I asked what to do next he said sorry can't help you. Exhausted! My family and I waiting in the truck looking for a room called Hotels.com who were able to find this best Western for us which I think them highly. As soon as I reserve with best Western they contacted me within less than two minutes making me feel at home already and safe. The manager tells me just want to confirm your coming. I said I'm not sure where I'm at but I'm trying to make my way toward you . I asked him what is the room ready he said it's waiting for you. As soon as I got there my exhaustion on my face was showing he was the best I could ever ask for. He checked us in so quick he said get some rest and come have breakfast in the morning met his wife in the morning she's just like him awesome! Breakfast was delicious by the way . I recommend this place to anyone it is awesome it is clean very very comfortable and management is the best you could ask for. They took really good care of us God bless them.

Stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful time. Staff is amazing and always helpful. Pool has shaded and sun and also outside seating area. Room large and very clean. Heli is a fabulous hostess. Will stay again!

Very clean! Friendly staff. Breakfast was great with a good selection of hot and cold foods. Pool was great-my kids swam for hours. I honestly wasn't expecting much from the price but they completely exceeded my expectations!

So glad to have chosen this motel. Staff was very nice and helpful especially Heli Bhagat the assistant general manager. We showed up earlier than the normal check in time and she still made proper accommodations to get us into our rooms. The entire time staff was very friendly. Beds are very comfortable so that was a plus since my husband has back problems he was able to sleep comfortable. The breakfast was great, the 3 days we where there they had different choice of food. It was hot and good. I will highly recommend this place to all my friends and family and will be staying here again on my next visit.

My sister and I landed in San Antonio late night, to travel to see relatives about an hour away. I looked at many hotels on our way out of the city, to avoid morning traffic. I finally chose this hotel based on the reviews and the price. I was extremely happy with the decision. It's definitely an older motel style, but every inch has been redone. The exterior was beautiful and the interior decor was very up-to-date. It was very clean and the beds were SO comfortable. Very happy with our choice.

Employees are Great ! Rooms are clean , grounds are well kept ,pool is very clean and very refreshing ! Breakfast is wonderful , we spent four days here and i will be coming back next summer or hopefully before then ,Can't wait !!!

I was travelling with a group of students. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Six Flags. There was a problem with the school's credit card. The staff were kind and thoughtful and calmed me down. I was so grateful! Plus I could make a breakfast burrito!!

Reasonable prices but you still have a nice place to stay. The staff is extremely helpful. Heli Bhagat at the front desk is super nice and does everything that she can to help. The breakfast is good, the rooms are clean the price is good and the location is excellent for a vacation to Six Flags. There was some maintenance being done on the pool on our last day but I see that as a positive. The weather was such that we could not have gone swimming anyway and they waited until after the weekend (and the good weather was gone) before they did so. I like to see a hotel that is willing to spend the money for upkeep. If you are looking for fancy then this may not be for you, but if you are looking for friendly, clean, economical and a home style feeling, give them a shot. You will not be disappointed.

My family enjoyed our stay! Good breakfast, nice clean comfortable rooms! When back in San Antonio we will book again! The staff is friendly and fast. Before we could get back from breakfast the bed was already made and trash taken out!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we booked a suite it was clean it was homey feeling. The people here, management really take pride in keeping this hotel nice and clean. We have absolutely no issues we rested well and a hot breakfast was really good. We highly recommended. We will definitely be staying here again.

This is a motel style building, that is very well maintained. All of the rooms have external windows facing the parking lot and doors that face the beautifully landscaped pool area. Everything in the rooms worked, and it was clean. They had a great continental breakfast. The food was delicious. For example, they had two waffle makers, with whipped cream topping and sprinkles, fruit topping, and syrup. The coffee was not watered down. The motel was quiet and family friendly, despite the spring break crowds in the city. All of the staff were quite professional. The manager, Heli Bhagat, was always friendly and available. When the breakfast area started to get crowded due to spring break, they opened the adjoining conference room for guests to eat. We will stay here again!

The manager, Heli Bhagat, is one of the nicest young people my wife and I have met in many years of travel. This is an older motel, but in great shape. The old style, large pool is beautifully landscaped. Very reasonable rates. Great breakfast!

Everything was perfect, we really enjoyed our stay there the price is fair and its close to San antonio's touristic spots. I will definetly go back any time. The personal who works there is very nice and attentive.

My wife and I have stayed there several times over the past year. We have really got to know Heli, who is the manager of the hotel. She is super friendly and always ready to assist! Everything about the hotel has been very consistent, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the free breakfast in the morning. We've used the washer and dryer, ice machine, pool—zero problems. We even were able to buy toothpaste and snacks at the front desk.

My Brother and I shared a room. It was clean and nice. Great Breakfast. Special thanks to the young lady behind the front desk for her kindness and concern. I would gladly stay again when I am in the San Antonio area

As stated in another review, the "f" named best westerns were the least memorable on my trip. I had an overall decent stay for the money, but things weren't great. The fan was really noisy and I like to keep it on constant to sleep, but had to turn this one off. The beds were the least comfortable of all my stays this roadtrip. Breakfast was okay, but missing a few items that were kind of expected. Tortillas for your burrito for one. The internet was awesome though. Fast and reliable.

Had a problem with a toilet changed rooms had a Jacuzzi bathtub and it did not work.. when I told the clerk about the toilet not working they asked me did I need a plunger so I can plant it out. The rooms were clean.

The room I got was very clean, had a nice size bathroom and the King bed and pillows were comfy. However, being a business man, I relied on WiFi and it wasn't available although the front desk gave me a password. The free breakfast was OK and checking in and out was easy.

This is a nice quiet hotel. We were attending our granddaughters wedding in the area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were plenty of nice towels to use during our stay. The only problem we had was the ice machine was broken and we were told there was no ice in the entire hotel. Seems arrangements should have been made to provide ice.

The staff is always very helpful and nice, complaints. The beds are comfortable and everything feels clean. It worked perfectly for our family because UTSA campus is very close to the hotel and so is Six Flags Fiesta Texas.

I have visited this property twice, both in connection with sinus surgery at a nearby doctor. I chose this property for my post-op rest because it is SO quiet, clean and well maintained. And the staff is genuinely a kind group of people. Convenient parking, as well.

Needed to check in early to dress for a wedding. The management was very considerate and let me check in early. They were very cordial. The room was already cool when we got there didn't have that normal wait time for the air condition. It was easy to locate and is close to restaurants.

My wife and I stayed one night at this hotel while on a cross country road trip. Heli Bhagat, the assistant general manager, was present upon our check-in at 9:00 PM as well as at breakfast and when we checked-out at 9:00 AM. Each time we had contact with her she asked if all was well and if we needed anything. She made us feel like welcome guests.

Online reservations through Otel.com was a VERY BIG and costly disappointment. the Otel.com site recorded my reservation for the wrong dates; consequently the hotel did not have any record of my reservation in their system for my arrival/departure dates. BW did not honor the online pricing, but did give me a reasonable price, but Otel.com charged me for the additional dates in their data base; which I did not, could not use!!!

Searched for a hotel close to the home of a cousin and was glad to see that this hotel was still in business. I have driven past this hotel for 37 years on Interstate 10 West. Found it to be well maintained on the exterior and the interior. Had a comfortable and restful night. Every encounter with staff was friendly and helpful. I had requested downstairs rooms when I called the hotel directly for reservations. The request was honored, and the person at check-in gave us adjacent rooms that were close to the parking lot. Price for a Friday night was reasonable with a good breakfast included.

The Property was excellent the staff accommodating and pleasant to work with the fitness room was well kept and equipment was all working properly. whenever I am in town i will be staying at this location .

Wasn't sure what to expect based on some of the reviews I read before booking a 3 night stay here. It was my experience that the only negative I had was with the internet service in the room. At one point, the in room internet service failed, so I went to the lobby and used the hotel guest computer to make some future Best Western reservations. Not a big deal for a leisure traveler such as myself, but a business traveler would find it bothersome, probably. All else was very good. The staff was excellent, room clean, plenty of hot water, sink and shower drains worked as designed, hot and cold breakfast items were fine, breakfast area clean and continuously attended and the courtyard was an added pleasure. It was also convenient to have guest laundry machines. The property, while being close to the Interstate exit, also has the positive of being close to the public transportation park-and-ride stop. From there, express buses will whisk you downtown for a sum of $2.75 for an all day pass good on any of the VIA bus routes. Compared to the ripoff that is San Antonio public parking, the bus proved to be a clean, efficient and relaxing alternative to the hassle and expense of using a parking lot downtown. I would definitely stay at this property again and have no reservation to suggesting that you do the same.

The hotel is easily accessible to the freeway. Rooms are clean and hotel staff very courteous and helpful. My wife and I have stayed exclusively at Best Western Hotels over that past two years of travel and have found them all to be very clean, safe. And without exception the hotel employees very friendly and courteous. I will continue to use Best Western Hotels.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always enjoyed the stay. Even though it is right off the express way, the rooms are always so quiet. I have always found the quality, cleanliness and comfort to be great. Easy access to the downtown area and nearby theme parks. The staff is always so pleasant and helpful.

We stayed here for three nights in August. The room was large, clean and comfortable with a great working air conditioner (a necessity in San Antonio in August). Beds were great and the hotel was very quiet despite being close to Interstate 10. The breakfast was good, with plenty of provisions and choices. They supplied USA Today. We will definitely keep this one in mind for next trip to San Antonio to visit grandchildren.

Hotel is one of the older ones even from the outside you can tell. Room needs better décor and bathroom needs major update. Whirlpool in the bathroom was a sore eye to see and to get in & out of it without falling.

Me and my family found this hotel to be very relaxing,clean and very good price. The full breakfast was a great experience and my family was overall satisfied. I would recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Fiesta Texas like we did.

Our stay at the Best Western Plus Fiesta Inn was excellent. It is a great location in north San Antonio near Fiesta Texas, shopping, and several restaurants. Access to I-10 and 1604 are excellent. The manager did an excellent job keeping the hotel in good shape and making everything work as expected.

Pool area is very nice and serene. They have amusement park tickets that you can purchase instead of the gate. Easy access to interstate 10. Many restaurants nearby. 5 minutes from Six Flags basically 2 exits from ut.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms are large, spacious and very clean, the courtyard is landscaped beautifully and well kept, and the staff was excellent! The hotel also offered a good breakfast, discounted tickets to attractions, laundry and work out rooms! I'd like to give a special thanks to Ateet and Heli for their hospitality! Made a reservations through Best Western over a month ago because it looked like the rooms entry doors were inside the hotel. After I registered and went to the room, I discovered that each room's entry door is outside. I do not consider that design safe and opted not to stay there. I went back to the office to return the key cards and see if I could get a refund. The person on duty did give me a refund without a lot of trouble. We went to another hotel that did have better security with inside entry.

The room was very spacious and clean and had a fridge and microwave. I loved the pool in the center courtyard. All rooms have a view of the courtyard and pool. The breakfast had a lot of options including hot foods such as waffles, eggs, potatoes, and sausage.

We had a pleasant time staying at this hotel. It's not very fancy but it is adequate for the price and breakfast is also provided. It is near to grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, and the UTSA as well.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, and the hotel was reasonably priced and close to the many attractions we were visiting. They accommodated us by giving us a room on the first floor, near the lobby (my husband is disabled). Breakfast was fine, although the same every day.

Not the newest of properties but room had some fresh paint and art. Easy drive to Six Flags. Clean pool. Poor wifi reception in room but hotel said they had someone coming out. Hot breakfast was good and varied over my stay. Surprisingly quiet given its location on I10. Staff was nice. Would stay here again.

I found this hotel about three years ago, I will not stay anywhere else when I am in San Antonio. The assistant general manager Heli is outstanding, she is the friendliest most professional hotel employee I have ever encountered. The hotel is very clean and has been recently remodeled. It is also in a great location!

The room had a very bad smell, the air conditioner felt like a swamp cooler and fan did not work, sheets were stained, was infested with roaches, and that is just the inside of the rooms. Not to mention the disgusting pool. Was not happy at all and will never stay here again. If I am going to pay that much for a hotel, I expect a lot better quality then what this hotel had to offer.

My business trip was stressful enough but it was much easier with the help of Heli Bhagat. She was welling to walk me through the process and give me a great price for even better rooms. Very clean and accommodating to all of the needs my group had for the stay. My company will be using the hotel again and again. Thank you so much!

Really a nice and surprisingly quiet place although right on the freeway. The clean and pleasant room looked onto the pool area and was tranquilizing. The breakfast spread is enticing ans should cover every appetite.

Being very tired after long day traveling, it was really nice to be greeted by very friendly and happy staff. The lobby is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable for just relaxing and reading. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The 2 queen size beds were so nice and having the 5 pillows on each one was a plus! Decent size pool with a really nice view. The breakfast was served with a variety of hot and cold food items to choose from including fruit. Very convenient location with a 7 minute drive to Six Flags Fiesta Texas amusement park! It is also really close to a number of restaurants and fast food places. I would highly recommend!

Highly recommend this hotel!! Super close to Six Flag's Fiesta Texas and several restaurants great for our group of teenagers. Great morning breakfast with wonderful service. Centrally located pool ringed by rooms made for super easy supervision of our kiddos. Clean rooms with competitive prices.

We found the Best Western Fiesta Inn to be comfortable and fair in price. Hotel gave great directions to find our way to the nearby city. We visited the Alamo, saw a I Max movie about the Alamo. Visited the River Walk, rod the double decker bus.

Very close to the RIM shopping area.. you can take back roads to get to it , so you don't have to get on the I-10 traffic. Lots to go do in this area..shopping, eating , movies. We were a little worried when we first pulled up, but great staff ..its older and been remodeled so nice rooms. The pool had lots of leaves in it, but it is surrounded by trees in the courtyard. The rooms are all outside but they all face the courtyard which feels safer too. Would stay here again!!!

I love this place like I said before. That's the only place I stay when we go to six flags. GM she goes out of her way to make you feel like you at home. The pool area away clean and the court yard. Breakfast always hot and clean rooms. We going back in Memorial weekend

This is a lovely family orientated hotel. The pool was clean and of reasonable size. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was reasonable, room sizes big and overall this was good value for money. The location was excellent both for downtown (20 mins) and for SeaWorld and Six Flags. There were plenty of local restaurants and shopping malls near by.

This is a motel style property, and it is a bit dated, but the rooms have recently been renovated and are nice and big. Our double room featured queen beds, which is a real plus for me. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offering was fairly standard, but I really liked that they opened up the adjacent conference room for breakfast overflow. There is nothing worse than an over crowded breakfast area with no table available to sit at. It was convenient to Six Flags. We would stay here again.

Everything was perfect about the hotel. It was clean. The showers were awesome. The pool was nice maybe needs to be warmed up a little more. I still got in though. The morning manager was respectful and the night person that checked me in. The location is great. I was able to experience all of San Antonio from that one spot. The beds were comfortable and the work out room was good. The internet was good. The breakfast was delicious and set up nice. The coffee was good. If I was missing anything they had it there. The price was affordable especially worth it.

Having stayed at this location many times in the past several years, I would consider it the very best. Clean, recently renovated property and very friendly and helpful staff. Only problem is I couldn't find anything wrong. Nothing is perfect, but this is very close!!

Great customer service managers made us feel like we were at home. Went out of their way to provide and meet all needs promptly. Provided all local info regarding entertainment and resturants nearby. Made us fresh coffee whenever we requested it!

I feel like I need to preface my review by saying I am not a picky person and I'm pretty easy to please. I say this because I read the reviews of this place before we stayed and I was expecting something decent, clean and comfortable....I purchased a 2 night stay as a Groupon deal over the thanksgiving break and was not happy with this place. First off, I don't see why it is a best western PLUS, it was pretty old and not very clean compared to most places I've stayed. It was musty in the room and the deal breaker was that there were roaches! As soon as I saw that roach crawl across the nightstand next to me the first night in the room I was completely disgusted and ready to get out of there. As I was packing up our things another roach was crawling on the bed skirt where my husband was sitting. He went to the front desk to see about getting our money back so we could stay somewhere else but since we purchased through Groupon we were SOL... So we were offered the room next door, which made no difference to me because if this room has roaches the one directly next door is going to also. He then offered us another room in the opposite building. Fine, we took it just for piece of mind, maaaybe that one is roach free but probably not. So we get to the second room and we didn't see any roaches but I did sleep with the lights on the first night. Next, the beds are not very comfortable. I read all these reviews about comfortable beds and I feel like maybe people are reviewing the wrong hotel. Our bed was hard and the pillows were flat, I woke up so sore several times throughout the night. The ac option in the room was either freezing cold or you could turn it off and the room would get humid and musty. The first night was so cold we decided not to turn it on the second night and it was hard for me to sleep since I was hot. My daughter refuses to sleep with a blanket so I didn't want her to freeze again. And finally, we didn't need an alarm clock because the people in the room above us woke us up both mornings, it sounded like they were just running laps in their room. This lasted till about 8 am, then when we'd get back to the room about 7/8 at night we'd hear it till about 10 pm. Not sure if there was a kid up there running around or if the people were just going crazy up there but it was very loud. So to sum it up just go stay somewhere else. Spend a few extra bucks to stay in a comfortable hotel instead of a dingy motel. Roaches are unacceptable!

Rooms were large and spacious. Front desk was prompt. Bed comforts was ok, little firm though. Rooms surrounded a garden type area which added to the beauty. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip through San Antonio. Rate was reasonable & hot breakfast was fine.

We stayed here Thanksgiving week. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was good for starting your day. Our 1st disappointment was arriving to find a room on 2nd floor set aside for us. We have problems with stairs. No elevators here. They were able to get us a 1st floor room. Room was small, but clean. Housekeeping did a pretty good job, however on Thanksgiving day, they were (understandably) short-handed and let crew leave, for home, before we left for the day. We were able to get fresh towels, etc... from front desk on our return.

over all the clerk could have made it an very forgetful stay but owell; maybe by being a little more courteous, offering a water or something but owell. maybe she/he was a trainee or had no public relations experience. maybe next time thank you

Stayed at this hotel during a recent stay in San Antonio. Chose this hotel due to its convenient location and price for business purposes. Cannot believe the regular rate is as high as is published. Obviously taking advantage of the proximity to a nearby amusement park offering convenience, this was not the intent of my stay. Hence, paying for convenience was not high on my priority list.

This is the second time that we have stayed here while going to Fiesta Texas. It is a great location for a Northwest San Antonio visit. It is close to Fiesta Texas, Bass Pro, La Cantera Mall, Chuy's, and so many more shopping a dining places. The hotel has the best service, employees, breakfast, and location. The rooms are comfortable and everything works. And the hotel is an excellent value.

This hotel was great for our family of 4. We had a bedroom for the kids with 2 big beds and its own tv. The breakfast was great and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I asked for a late check out - no problem. We have season passes for six flags and will stay here every time. This is a really good property. I never do reviews but this place warranted one.

property was well taking care of, felt safe, rooms where very nice I would not hesitate to go back and stay again. be prepared to drive in traffic so allow for more time to get to places. places to see six flags- river walk down town San Antonio, Alamo Sea World was overated

Heli Bhagat was extremely friendly and helpful. Great proximity to Fiesta Texas. 5 minute drive. Breakfast was hot and really good and had the area staffed for any additional needs. Very comfortable beds!

Our rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff worked very hard to get tickets for Sea World for us at the same discounted rate that we had found online. The pool was clean but the hot tub did not work. A word of advice: Don't tell them that it is ok to not take the trash out on one day because they won't take it out for the rest of your stay. I would have given five stars if they had taken the trash out every day. :)

The hotel staff were outstanding. The young man who checked us in went out of his way to accommodate our needs. The Asst. manager (Heli) was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and the hotel pool was wonderful.

The best service I have ever had Thank You Melody. The room and the surrounding area is awesome. I have had a rough trip from Sw Fla until we got here. We feel really safe here and it is close to a lot of shops and food. We will be coming back when we travel this way again for sure again Thank you Melody at the BW Fiesta

We enjoyed our stay at the Fiesta Inn and also received a free upgrade to a mini suite to make up for paying the room twice since a hotel reservation organization went bankrupt. So thank you Fiesta Inn. It's a nice place with a pool in the middle and plenty of parking space. The room was comfortable and clean and we had a good sleep. The hotel is right next to the I-10 so it's easy to find. The staff made us feel really welcome and we will definitely stay here when we're back in the San Antonio area!

Great place, excellent room, nice breakfast. Clean bathroom. Everything works. Lady at the reception and people in the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Everybody is relaxed and happy. Parking is nice. If you lose your card key, they charge you $1 - this is supposed to push you to save environment. Very mountain Californian place. Very Mammoth Lakes.

Hotel is right off I-10 yet is remarkably quiet for being so close to a major freeway. No noise issues in my room. Rooms are clean & well-appointed. Great breakfast served mornings. Nice swimming pool.

We only stay in Best Western Hotels. Their beds are so comfortable and for the price it's worth it. We would not stay at any other hotel and we have never encounter any problems. Some are better than others but all in all they are the best.

We went back to our little nest from home like I said the mangers are great breakfast and clean rooms the pool aways clean I just booked my room for Halloween can't wait to go back to the hotel and six flags

Great place to stay with the family. Breakfast was good. The hotel was full and they still managed to keep the breakfast bar fully stocked. Heli was very kind and helpful. 2 waffle makers to keep the lines down. Larger pool than most hotels.

Quick check in, they respect your wishes about the location of the room. The room was spacious, with a comfy bed. Bathroom and sink were more than ok. Swimming pool and area were fine. Breakfast was more than ok, but some things could be refilled quicklier. Tables in the breakfast area were not always clean.

This hotel is very clean inside and out, hospitality is great, check in/ out time was very fast. You need more people like Heli working for you. She did a great job attending us. Pool was very clean, we enjoyed the stay. We will be staying here again in the next 2 weeks during labor day weekend.

Best Western San Antonio was a great including the staff, the rooms were clean and all necessary item stocked and pool area very clean would highly recommend this location to others and we would certainly be back again when in San Antonio.

The hotel was fine. the only problem they front desk had no toiletry items and when housekeeping came around we did not receive a new bundle of towls. So I had to go down & get then towls. Other than that small mishap it was great.

My family and I stayed at this location during our vacation. The proximity to theme parks was a major plus and made our travels very easy. The staff was awesome and we look forward to staying here in the future. Wish we could of stayed longer.

We went to San Antonio's Fiesta Texas to take advantage of our season passes. The Best Western Plus Fiesta Inn was close and convenient to Fiesta Texas and Top Golf. Several good restaurants are also close. The location was close to Hwy 1604, as well as, being on I-10. The hotel was clean, updated, very comfortable, with a nice pool. The breakfasts were great. And best of all, the staff was excellent, taking care of everything, quickly and efficiently with a cheerful attitude. I will definitely stay there again the next time we go to Fiesta Texas.

I'm not sure If I put down a review on this particular hotel. We stayed here during my son's AF Tech Graduation in April last year. The room was nice and clean and the staff was so nice especially when our luggage were left behind by the airline and offered to deliver to us arriving at almost midnite in SA. The night shift staff called us while we were at Walmart that our luggage was delivered. Bottom line, our stay was comfortable and would like to stay at that same hotel should we go back to San Antonio.

Stayed here while visiting San Antonio. Had a great time. Great location for fiesta Texas. But we also went to downtown San Antonio as well. GM Heli was great to deal with. I'll be staying again when I Go back to visit. The amenities and rooms were both great!

It started before we'd even booked our room. Heli was very patient and answered all of my questions regarding the rooms, the location, and how to get the best prices for theme park tickets. The prices we got were better than any other discounts I'd looked at (Coke can discount, teacher discount) When we got there, Melodie was a hostess extraordinaire. She was never too busy to give us pool towels or answer questions, and even saved three little abandoned newborn kittens that were left by the side of the pool!! She is a real credit to the property, and made us feel welcomed and appreciated throughout our whole stay. Her professionalism, sense of humor, patience, and pleasant smile were the epitome of what I look for from hotel staff. Plus, she likes Volbeat!! Awesome!! The morning staff was equally as impressive, as the lady maintaining the yummy breakfast made sure that everything was well-stocked and ready to serve. The food was a perfect starter to the day, with eggs, meats, and a tortilla / biscuit to go along with fresh fruit and various cereals and yogurts. The Texas-shaped waffle maker was very popular with my kids. The lady and gentleman (didn't catch their names) were just as accommodating to us in the mornings. They helped us set up our tickets for the theme parks and took their time with me to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend this hotel based on its pricing, its location (just off I-10), and the extremely welcoming staff. Also, the pool is perfect for kids and the air conditioning in the room is heavenly after a long day out in the hot, humid San Antonio weather.

The staff members at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally situated near Fiesta, Texas and easy to get to after a long day at the park. The decor is a little dated but the room and property were comfortable and safe. The room was great value for the money and the breakfast was exceptional with waffles, sausage, eggs, pastries, and juices. There was some initial confusion over which room to place us in, but the hotel manager immediately and politely resolved the issue. Very kid-friendly property. We'll be back!

Great geographical location in reference to the park! We stayed in the double queen suite, and got a roll away bed. Price was average, but convenience was great! The breakfast was decent. Customer service was lacking the few times we needed it, but nothing too serious. They didn't have disposable toothbrushes. Luck!

transferred to this hotel from a horrible hotel--the Marriott Farifield on Santa Rosa--the reception person--Heli--was sooo nice--upgraded us so we could have a room on the first floor. Room really clean and bed amazing! Definitely would stop here again! If comfort is your priority--we're in our sixties--than this is the place to stay

We stayed here for four nights while visiting friends in the area. The hotel is in the process of being rennovated. The room was spacious and clean. Coffee was always availabe in the lobby as well as water. Beautiful outdoor pool. Friendly, helpful staff.

This hotel is conveniently located close to Six Flags and La Cantera. It is very easy to get to. The hotel is older but very nice and cleen. The air conditioning works great. The assistant manager Heli is wonderful, she will go way out of her way to make sure you have a great stay.

Heli and her staff at the Fiesta Inn are the most generous and hospitable staff I've encountered at a hotel of this quality. From the great group rate to the wonderful welcome gift, my group had an awesome time. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied on every level. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a high quality, affordable, place in San Antonio.

The front desk staff were nice and helpful. We needed extra towels and a cot; both were delivered promptly and courteously. The property was clean and well-kept. The rooms were neat and clean. The decor and linens were what you would expect when it comes to this level of an hotel. The 2 specific negatives for the room were: bathtub needed to be unclogged as it was slow to drain, and the window covering had a single curtain with no privacy shade, so when you pull back the curtain your room is exposed to the parking lot. The swimming pool was large and right in the middle of the complex making it easy to access from any room. It was also clean and well-lit and my kids had fun swimming in it for 2 of the evenings we stayed there. The complex was open to the parking lot which provided for easy access to and from your car to your room, but also made for an unsafe environment as anyone on foot or in a vehicle could come in off the freeway and have access to the pool area and rooms. I am not sure of the clientele. While observing some of the activity in the parking lot and around the pool area, it appeared that there were people who were there visiting other people for short periods of time. The way this complex is accessed provides for such unsavory activity. To summarize our stay, I am shocked that this property was classified as a "Plus" property with 4 1/2 stars on this site. While it was clean and neat, it is not a safe property for families, or women traveling alone.

I love this location, I am in town to see my brother who study in UTSA. This hotel just right off the road. But I also hate this location, cos it's right off the highway, every time I go out I need to go miles to make a u-turn to go back to hotel. Hotel staffs is friendly and warm welcome. I would choose this loction next time to visit my brother.

NOTE: I am autistic and more sensitive to physical stimulation. The room had a strong odor of air freshener, the AC was VERY loud and didn't work at first (good thing I know a few things). The TV remote is one of those disposable units that are supposed to be sanitary, but they are flimsy and the buttons didn't work well (and I think it was already used since it had cheeto stains). Also the decor was "Grandma's House". The TV channel listings in the room were wrong, and getting back to the digital listings on the TV was a pain. But, if your looking for a room to sleep in it was clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft. I was on a business trip so I was more concerned about the bed than the TV. The breakfast was edible and the coffee was good.

The room was clean and comfortable, but having to get a separate key to access workout facility is a bummer. Further, the WiFi was slow and kept bumping us off the internet. The TV was nice but the remote did not allow you to access all of the channels available on the TV guide. Further the guide did not match the guide printed in the room.

I always stay in best western hotel but this one is best the assistant manager went out of her way to make sure everyone was happy every time I went to get coffee or pool towels she was there and nice to talk to for now on I'm staying at that hotel every time we visit San Antonio it's close to all the parks we went to rooms and outside are very clean

On arrival we were greeted with the upmost kindness. A special THANK YOU goes to Heli as she went out of her way to make sure our reserved rooms were available when we arrived. We had the best experience at Best Western Plus in San Antonio. We were greeted with pleasant and polite employees; our room was relaxing and refreshing with an at-home ambiance. We enjoyed the hearty breakfast and the calming setting of the facility.

Enjoyed the four night we spent at this motel. For every request we made it was taken care of immediately. The staff was very helpful and friendly.The location was very good and convenient. We enjoyed having breakfast every morning.

The courtyard was beautiful when we first arrived, beds were comfortable. We always book Best Western and were not disappointed in the most part. Breakfast was good. Hostess Melodie was fabulous: informative, helpful, eager to meet our every need. Downsides: no in-room fridge, workout equipment in poor repair.

Had a room that was updated which was very nice to have a clean room with everything working. The breakfast selection was satisfying and the staff was very helpful. I enjoyed my visit, and the price was great. Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel, beds were comfortable, room spotless, nice pool, and beautiful courtyard. The courtyard was the perfect place for morning coffee. The Assistant General Manager Heli Bhagat and all the staff were always smiling and helpful. The breakfast was good. We stayed 2 nights and really were sorry to leave. We would definitely stay here if ever in the area again.

great beds were upgraded to two bed suite at no charge . nice pool breakfast was above average. Can not find as comfortable bed and as clean a room for less that 100 . Will be better in the future as they were upgrading while we were there.

Worst Best Western I have ever stayed in. It is no where near a Best Western Plus. Noise, people gathering in court sitting outside their doors. Not safe for a single women traveling alone. Hair on the commode, no fridge in room and front desk does not give a flip. Breakfast is crowded and poor quality.

Service was friendly and on the spot. Room was spacious and clean. Beds and pillows really comfy. Breakfast was good and replenished with warm food regularly. Not a fan of outdoor entrances, but I would def stay again, especially for the reasonable price and great location.

Well I came into San Antonio in January and they were happy to have me. The staff were so helpful all through while I stayed there briefly and went to school (UTSA) from there. The price was very fair and I got a student discount, bed and breakfast was awesome, My only disappointment was the gym was not working when I came in, but I did enjoy my stay.

I stayed there for 5 days. Overall the room was good and the stay was comfortable. We consistently had problems with staff though. Maid was rude. We were in a hurry when we went to check out and neglected to get our itemised receipt. It has now been 45 days since our stay and I still don't have a receipt. They refuse to give me one and each time I request it the reason is different. At present I am filing a complaint with the BBB in San Antonio and starting a process with the state government of Texas that resolves consumer complaints.

We love the experience and we strongly recommend it. The staff, the room and the breakfast where all excellent.!!!! Everything worked fine and we are very satisfied. It was very clean, and we are planning to stay again once we come back to San Antonio. We strongly recommend it and surely you will have a wonderful experience !!!!!!

Hotel was not as clean as prior times we stayed there. Disappointed in the breakfast bar. Hotel was under reconstruction - this is fine but we had expected a nicer place than we found it. Hopefully this will change to a better experience next time.

The staff continue to exceed expectations. They are friendly, helpful, and efficient. I have stayed at several other motels in San Antonio but will always stay at the Fiesta Inn from now on. I was treated like family.

I've stayed at hotels from very low price to the highest priced properties, and take meticulous notes about my stays and about the employees who I've encountered along the way. Mostly forgetting about the stays that are just average but clearly remembering when I encounter special people or special moments. I always remember names and I always do surveys that are sent to me detailing each and every second whether it be ok, good,great,or Excellent. Best Western is high on the list of best properties for several reasons and even though each property is usually individually owned and operated, they generally all set very high standards and most usually are successful in achieving the goals they set and hire great individuals to work at their properties. Best Western Plus Fiesta Inn is a wonderful example of this consistent high quality hotel chain. The Employees are always working as hard as possible ive noticed and the Management has done an amazing job at making sure that the property is beautifully maintained, rooms are perfectly cleaned, lobby area is always clean. I highly recommend choosing this property if you are in the San Antonio area. Very centrally located, excellent breakfast, excellent wifi, pleasant caring staff. Nayna the General Manager is one of the hardest working managers that I have ever encountered, and i have not had one negative aspect my entire stay.

My wife and I could not be more pleased with both our accommodations and the excellent staff. We arrived at our destination way earlier than expected, but due to the rain we had nowhere to go (we had planned to do some walking, maybe go to a park). A friend from San Antonio met with us and the gracious hotel staff, including Nayna, allowed us to visit in the lobby without hesitation, even though we wouldn't check in until early evening. I wish I could remember the other lady's name who was also soooo nice! Not only did we get a very clean room, but breakfast the next morning was mmmmmmm delicious! I always appreciate such warm hospitality, especially when the weather outside is chilly!

This Best Western was not as nice as others that I have stayed in. There was lobby construction that was unfinished and made the hotel look bad. The sheets and towels in the room were very clean smelling and I liked that. The room smelled good every time we walked in.

I can't speak highly enough about this hotel and staff. The first night that I was there, the wifi stopped working and they went above and beyond to get it working again. I moved rooms 3 times because we weren't sure what the problem was (access point, router, etc.) They ended up calling the Time Warner cable people out to fix everything. I got to know the staff and they were very concerned that I was happy and being well taken care of. Haley (who not just works there but is one of the nicest people I have met in San Antonio!) even called me personally to check on me one morning as I was supposed to check out but decided to extend my stay and stay there a few days longer. Also, the rooms have been updated with new beds, linens, tv's, large refrigerators and microwaves. The rooms are super clean and well maintained. If I come back to San Antonio, I will absolutely choose the Best Western Plus Fiesta again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Fiesta. It had great character and was very clean and nice. The employees are outstanding and the entire property was super clean, and provided many amenities for the guests of the hotel.

Check in easy. People were nice. Door lock worked easily and well, every time. Room was fine. The TV would only get channels that were whole numbers without the dash as following diget. No -1,-2,-3. The channel guide on channel 1 showed the channels with all the dashes, but no way I could find to select them on the TV. A/C heat unit worked properly. The internet would connect and get one small quick burst, then get painfully slow or stop altogether. Breakfast was good. Smoke and scrambled eggs. There was other stuff including waffles.

This is one of those drive up hotels without an elevator but with two stories. The rooms open onto the pool courtyard away from the parking lot. The rooms were quiet and there is a coin laundry on premises. There is a breakfast area with eggs, sausage and waffles along with average pastries and coffee. Kids like the food but I drank coffee and had one sausage.

Chose this place because it was close to UTSA, where I was working, It didn't disappoint and I recommend it. The staff is very helpful, rooms and building are nice and clean, and it's close to restaurants/grocery stores, public transit, and the airport.

Ive been hear for nearly a month an I can say this is the best hotel ive stayed at. Good food in the morning coffee qt night for 3rd shift workers and if you mess up keys like I do they fix them happily. Nice pool. Well kept if I come to tx again it will be hear

We stayed from Oct16 thru Oct18....the room was perfect from the nice clean scent to the décor. Then I sat on the bed....Wow..... really comfortable. I was so pleased. The grounds with the pool where clean and nice to view. However, to keep it real, the air conditioner I found to be too loud for me. I turned it off at night. The night was cool outside, so it was still cool in the room. FYI....I find most hotel air conditioners noisy anyway. I think a mini refridge would make an extra plus for this property. I would stay here again in the fall, spring or winter ( because of hotel, air conditioner noise I like to travel in other seasons than summer) ......really a clean, with friendly staff, comfortable stay.....

For a business trip, this place is perfect. The retro looking courtyard is beautiful and so 60's I just wanted to look at it for hours. If it had been warmer I would have sat by the pool all day cause it just gorgeous. The staff is amazing, BOTH day and night, which is difficult to find. Place is small with easy in and out of it. Love that it's not the " shoe box with windows" design that most hotels have. The fact that you don't have to walk through the lobby to get into your room and your room door opens to the outside is perfect for me! Plan to come back for sure!

our family stay at your hotel was not satisfied, the bed too hard, did not sleep well . The wi-fi was too weak could not log in with our tablets , The breakfast not up to par eggs were not scrambled, they were in shapes of flat pancakes and they did not taste like eggs, more like pancakes. . The bed sheets were not changed overnight

This place is the best. Staff here are the best anywhere. This is the only place I will stay when I visit. Read only the Excellent ratings. What is said is so true. i travel to San Antonio on business two days a week. The staff at the BW are always courteous and helpful. Hailey has always been very helpful. The rooms are alway clean and fresh. The hotel location is convenient to where I work.
