Best Western Patong Beach

Fantastic location, close enough to the beach, bars etc without being too noisy. The room we had was very comfortable, couldn't work out how to use the TV but that wasn't a huge issue. The cleanliness was great, room serviced each day with fresh towels and linens. Breakfast was great with a large selection of food, you can order omelette, poached egg etc, however every time we did the chef didn't understand us leading to a couple of mix ups, but there is a photo of options so we able to point at what we wanted, but make sure you stay and wait for your order as it's just left on the bench to go cold if you go back to your table. The pool is very nice, they have about 6 covered day beds at the top of the pool area, but you'll need to get there early to grab one, always plenty of towels and the bar staff are great. We found other guests to be a little overbearing for example barging in on us when we're mid conversation with front desk staff, or not understanding the concept of queuing or waiting in dining areas, also not being considerate of guests being asleep at 2am when they're getting home from what's obviously been a great night out for them, but please don't interrupt other people's sleep!

Hotel was ok but needed more breakfast optoin's. Great location close to shops & places to eat. Pool was ok but needed a better area for those people who smoke. The elevators were all ways very hot inside . Room cleaning was done well although some days were missed even when the sign was hung on the door asking to make up the room. Overall good stay

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff for all excellent, and the breakfast buffet was excellent as well. The only room for improvement with this hotel is bathroom cleanliness. Some tile cleaner and a scrub brush and 20 minutes of your time would make a big difference to the cleanliness of the bathroom. Overall., I had a great stay, and would stay here again.

We were at Best Western for 10 days. And this is my experience: Positive sides: 1. nearby to anything you need 2. good enough breakfast (no cheese) 3. cleanliness 4. hospitality and good staffs 5. nice and clean pool 4. big enough room with good shower 5. good atmosphere in general 6. value for the money 7. friendly lobby Negative sides: 1. lighting of the room was awful; I could barely tolerate the room at nights 2. no mirror on the dressing table 3. not good soundproof between rooms.

Located perfectly close enough for the night life and far enough away to not be too noisy, amenities are excellent and the hotel is kept clean and tidy by the very efficient staff. Lovely large swimming pool and gym on the roof.

During my stay at Best Western Patong Beach, I had a fantastic experience. The service and friendliness of the staff were outstanding, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Much could be improved with this hotel. Use of ice to keep butter solid and salad and fruit cold and better heating for the food on hotplates as they were tepid at best. The rooms were tired and lacking in drawer space and weren't as cleaned as well as they could be. The shower was a high spot. Very little space to sit in the lobby and very uncomfortable seating and low tables.

I'm looking forward to staying at your place! The receptionist Ms. Sunisa,lita and Ms kamchana were extremely helpful and welcoming. They went out of her way to be extremely kind to a very weary traveller. Would highly recommend a stay. On top of all first class hotel receptionist,they made me feel that my experience at the hotel was personally important to her. I think they deserves most of the credit over all the other staff.

They'll ask you for a security deposit as if you're staying in a rented apartment or a PG but not a hotel. They have deducted the security amount at the time of checkout for using sliders and laundry of the bathrobe. Their housekeeping staff was unable to find the sliders in the room and we had to take them along to make them count that all the room amenities are left well in place so that they do not deduct the amount from the security amount given to them. Rooms are small

Stayed here during our trip last week. The hotel is walking distance from Patong Beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were very clean (though a bit small in size). Housekeeping staff was efficient. Breakfast options were disappointing with very less vegetarian options available. Overall had a comfortable and pleasurable stay.

Awesome staff, great breakfast was a couple of plus points, however, the location was the winning factor for our party of 4. Although we stayed for only one night, we wished we had booked for more time at this wonderful hotel. Highly recommend this hotel

- The room's soundproofing is not great. Late at night, I often hear loud noises. - The internet moves slowly. - Good service staff - Room is pretty restricted. Here is a great solution if you rarely stay in the room, travel alone, and want to get a cheap room. But if you come here for pleasure or with a family, this location is inappropriate.

CHECK-IN - Smooth check-in around 3pm. Kudos to Khum Oom (?) for accommodating my requests. She was very professional... in fact, ALL the reception & bell staff were very professional, despite some very difficult/entitled guests. LOCATION - Good location within walking distance of Bangla Road, Jungceylon Mall & Banzaan Fresh Market. However, it is a 15 minute walk along a very busy road to the public beach. FACILITIES - Small swimming pool on the 7th floor, insufficient pool chairs. Lobby is not air-conditioned, very warm on sunny afternoons. Insufficient fans. ROOMS - Good sized rooms, all without view (given the location). Big bathroom with rainshower head. Cable tv with VERY limited channels for non-Thai speaking guests. Useless! Very dirty filter in the water kettle. Quite disgusting, actually. See photo. No plug points next to beds, only at work desk. Umbrella provided. Bidet hose at toilet. Bad desk lamp. Glaring. Not appropriate for desk work.

My family and I had a truly awful experience at this hotel. Not only were the floors restricted, preventing us from visiting each other's rooms, but we were also separated onto different floors, which completely ruined our trip. When we asked the reception for help, they flat out refused to support us or make any accommodations. It's unbelievable how little they cared about our situation. I stayed Best Western Hotel in another country and there is no such policy to restrict floor as we are guest staying hotel. Policy should be reviewed again and standardized as long its International hotel. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you value being able to stay together as a family.

This is our first trip to Phuket as a family and everyone was looking forward to a few days of fun and activities. It didn't start well with us when trying to checkin at Best Western Patong Beach. We arrived at the hotel quite early due to our flight around 9:30am local time and wanted to checkin first just in case they had any rooms available, but we were fine with waiting close until checkin time as well. Upon checking in we booked 2 separate rooms and both of us had status at Best Western (Diamond & Diamond Select). We were never greeted with our status nor given any water upon check-in. The check in staff you can tell pretend to be nice to us but in fact her tone and attitude was not. I asked if there were any room upgrades and she said NO, then I asked as A Diamond and Diamond Select members do we get early checkin and she said no we have to wait until 2pm. We went to eat breakfast and came back around 10:30am and sat and waited at the reception waiting area until around 1:15pm when we started to see new people coming in and checkin in rooms and we elected to approach her and asked how come people are checking in when you say only after 2pm. Only then she said ok your rooms are ready and I was like wow we have been sitting here in front of you for the past 3+ hours and you couldn't call us over to let us check-in early when our rooms were ready? Also. It wasn't like she was busy or something during thes 3+ hours. She was chatting and joking with other colleagues of her while looking at us. Apart from that awful experience, other staff members are nice and respectful. We will continue to enjoy our trip as it's only our 2nd day here in Phuket. Note to management. Please train your employees to respect and treat everyone the same. Just because we are Asian doesn't mean you should treat us differently.

Location Excellent , Patong Beach just 15 minutes away , local shopping areas just close by . Staff Excellent , loved their dress , they were all so sober looking in their ethnic attire . Each of them ready to help and what they did not have like phone charging points near bed they did not fake that they are not understanding . Checking was not breezy fast but its ok as a tourist when too many arrive at the same time it happens . Rooms big enough for solo travelers but bed linen should be of better quality and pure cotton as when its humid polyester bedlinen is not good . Needs to be washed properly and not look as if it was not changed at arrival of new guest . Plus points Hotel has a tour desk , Ms. Film is ever smiling and every time I crossed her desk would get a namaste . Hotel also has Indian food but I did not like the quality of the vegetarian food . They should have more options in keeping mind for solo woman traveler or they should have provision to order by weight specially vegetarian vegetable dishes like aloo gobhi , channa masala etc . This will increase their sales as they serve large quantity of dish but just one roti to go with it . If they sell by weight then more options can be ordered and they can reduce the price of combos . { my view as i am woman solo traveler } Quality of food can be improved if their chefs do some google about famous indian chef and see the videos . I understand demand for non veg may be more but since I always found the restaurant always empty there is some problem which they need to work out Hello every one thank you for the complimentary cake sent to me room on my birthday . Location was most important for me, very conveniently located close to all happening places. Best part was this place is family friendly We had breakfast included and it was definitely worth. Lovely and very helpful staff which made our stay very friendly and accommodating

Having stayed there last year, I was keen to revisit. My greeting was wonderful and met Sunisa (who even recognised me) at the Reception desk and I have to say how pro active she was in anticipating all my likely needs. She really is special although I have to say that other people on the Front Desk were excellent - Julatip, Sutticarn, Sattawat, all that I came into contact with. The breakfast dining was also excellent in that a very wide breakfast choice plus great staff - all attentive and obliging

Not too good but not too bad as well staying in this hotel. The reception staff need to work in more detail, I booked twin bed and I got king size bed upon check in, of course I complained. I asked them to check my booking properly. Room is not too big and not too small but the position of lamp in the ceiling is not in the middle, so it wasn't perfect for the lighting at night. The amenities is not complete, for toothbrush I need to ask to the reception then HK sent it for me. I appreciate it. I liked the swimming pool in the rooftop. Only swimming pool that become my plus point during I was staying here. Hope they will improve their service.

Excellent home like stay. Staff is very cooperative. But Pisit, summisa, suttikarn, Kanchana and all other staff helped me a lot. It was an easy stay in the main marketplace with nearby Patong Beach and Bangla Night Market. It gave a home like feeling and the staff was too kind with their roles and the hospitality was good enough for a foreigner to visit this place again and have a stay like this.

I spend 2 night with my friends and booked 3 rooms. They were good and value for money except two things, first I didnt enjoyed the breakfast it was not according my expectations from BW and secondly toilet amenities were missing. Rest services cleanliness and especially location was real good.

On check in we were asked to leave 1000THB in cash as a deposit, we didn't want to use our cash as we needed it for our holiday. This hotel needs to change it's policy, everyone holds a CC, so that's what we used. As we checked in people behind us from a particular nationality who use Thailand as a cheap 2 or 3 day getaway simply were making so much noise as they were toooo excited!! So they decided that they needed to start speaking to the same receptionist as we were talking too. No I don't think so mate you RUDE people from?? Even the receptionist said they really dislike them. Anyway our room was compact but the bathroom was mouldy, furniture needed attention. We asked for it to be cleaned and they just painted the mould Great!! We made our way outside for a few hours and on return someone from the streets wanted to enter the lift and asked us to use our room key to activate the lift for him. What is this place?? oh it's a knocking shop for people coming over from other countries, we he was told bey us to do one. Breakfast was simply disgusting, guests were spreading butter on their bread whilst still standing at the bread counter, customers were simply not interested in anyone else no standards no manners. We had enough by now, we asked to check out yes check out after one night of our 8 day stay. Agoda did nothing to help as it was a third party booking REALLY!! so we checked out waved goodbye to our booking and went up the road and stayed in a quiet, clean and friendly Ramada Divana. We are serious travellers and have been for many years and this experience has to go down as one of the worst. This hotel has no standards for couples or families. Be aware!!

Location wise it's superb, close enough to the beach and walking street but not too close. Hotel looks great as you enter the lobby but that's it. The rest of the hotel is dated and tired. Cleanliness is a major issue, nothing was clean. Lifts and pool area were always dirty, which was particularly surprising given covid regulations. Our room was small but adequate but again cleaning wasn't great. Our safe was broken and had to be repaired as soon as we checked in. There was a leak under the sink which we reported but was told we would have to wait in the room for maintenance. Every morning when we woke we found the floor to be wet but no idea why or where the water was coming from. There were puddles under the dressing table and around the bed. The biggest issue was noise, from midnight until around 5am all you would hear is guests shouting and banging doors. My husband went out of the room a few times to ask people to be quiet but it was the same thing every night with large groups of men. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend

Very good hotel centrally located in Patong, the ambience of the hotels is excellent, rooms are modern, electronic room keys, good toiles with toiletries provided with room, excellent breakfast and sitting arrangements, very welcoming front desk, good lift and parking area, overall we all enjoyed a lot, the most attracting was there top flor swimming pool with view, we booked 7 rooms and stayed 13/10 to 15/10/22 with group.

Stayed here for 16 nights, pool is amazing and the staff are so welcoming. The reception staff and the house maids were fantastic, would definitely recommend this place. Will be back next year. Jeff Markovitch.

I had a very tight connection in Changi Airport and wasn't confident I could make the connecting flight so I decided to book a cheap hotel. If I didn't arrive for checkin then the only loss was the 3 nights here. I had originally booked 8 nights at a much more expensive hotel but due to their policy, if I didn't arrive at the check in date then all my nights would be cancelled and I would forfeit all the payment. On arrival the checkin staff were efficient and I was quickly in my room. It was much larger than I expected and very neat. Next day I went to the rooftop pool, it was quiet and had it to myself. The amazing thing about this hotel is the breakfast buffet, it's larger than most hotels I have stayed at. The staff could be a bit friendlier but can't complain due to the amount and variety of food. The only issue I had with the hotel was on the day of checkout. When I come back from breakfast, the minibar was gone. I assumed they removed it as I was checking out! Then when I was checking out and the room was checked, the front desk said there's no m minibar. I was asked what happened to it and I said it disappeared when I went to breakfast. I was asked who took it and I replied how do I know (I was at breakfast!!). I said check with the cleaners, luckily one of them admitted to removing the minibar. This avoided a very messy situation. How can this happen? Take note if you stay here and notify the hotel immediately if the mini bar disappears. Next time I will request it to be removed before my checkin.

When one travels, and especially going back to a previous place that has amazing memories, it's the worst thing to be let down by your accommodation. Especially because of the brand. Best Western in China is up there with the best of the 4/5 star places. Unfortunately Patong's BW cousin is definitely the black sheep of the family. And it all starts with the reception. Bad attitudes, unfriendly staff, dirty lobby environment and a breakfast spread that leaves a lot to be desired will definitely not get us to return, EVER. The lifts had papers on the floor and the lobby area bottles etc. not being cleaned up by staff for hours on end. Rooms were not well cleaned and not well ventilated. The only positive part of this hotel was the roof pool. Well equipped with sunbeds and loungers and a pool bar with a great infinity pool you can watch Patong from. Seriously look at the brand you're representing. Service and cleanliness should not be based on how much you're paying for your stay.

Very near by from Patong Beach, friendly staff but can't speak english fluent. and yes for its a smoke free hotel and they charge well fine if they find you smoking. overall a good stay. rooms are clear.

Excellent stay at a excellent location The lobby manager “JK “ deserves a special mention as he is ever where and with ever one. Always helpful to the core he makes sure the guests are happy . Bangla road and the beach are all 5 to 7 minutes away. wifi is speedy. I am certainly staying Back here

Had a great experience at this hotel. Staff were very helpful and accomadating with changes to my schedule, especially the front office manager JK. Location is great, within walking distance to all amenities and not too far from the beach, but far enough to be away from everything if you want to a well. The hotel has a very nice roof pool, and great breakfast. Can not fault this hotel.

Excellent hotel fits with name of "BEST". I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Clean and nice room, good breakfast and close to the beach . The hotel staffs are amazing people particularly JK, hotel manager who is very friendly and helpful person. Definitely will come back again. I recommend everyone to come to experience this amazing hotel.

Location great close to nano rd walk straight up to the beach and bangla rd in 10 mins or less . I stayed here because of sandbox rules I choose The best western because of its standards this hotel maintained that level The rooms are quite spacious, comfortable, modern and clean. The rooftop pool and outdoor area very nice . At the back are cabana style beds but the Great views from the rooftop pool area. Breakfast is buffet all good omelet on and eggs cook at egg station For what we paid we feel we got value for money. Location is very good. Bangla is a 5 min walk and beach is less than 10 mins away. Family mart close by. Good value clean and good bathroom

We arrived at 5.00pm after a long journey to be firstly ignored and then told that our room was dirty and not ready even though check in was at 2.00pm. We waited 30 minutes at reception to be finally brought up to our room by the manager. The room was extremely average with an odd smell and well below 4 star standard. The paint was clipping off the walls & the lighting in the room was extremely dark (bring a torch). We then went to the pool for a quick swim to try perk up our mood to then again be disappointed to find no staff, closed pool bar, paper tin pool towels and a bin overflowing with cigarette buts. The only positive was the friendly security guard and the location close to all the bars & restaurants. Our overall experience was TERRIBLE. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The rooms are quite spacious, comfortable, modern and clean. Kettle, cups, glasses , coffee and tea supplies are very good.Plus x2 big bottles of water. Balconies are ok, on the small side. Bed is very big and they have to use 2 different sized covers which is a bit strange. TV channels are all in Thai. The gym is small and just ok. Do not turn up too early as a few of us arrived at about lunchtime and waited an hour or so. To be fair, check in is 14:00. The rooftop pool is nice. Sunbeds are not adjustable so not that comfy and poolside has no shade. At the back are cabana style beds but the hard backrest becomes uncomfortable after a while. The biggest shockers are the exorbitant bar prices! 110 baht for a small tin of beer!! I understand they need to make a profit but that is nearly 3 times the cost of supermarket prices. Nice views from the rooftop pool area. No snacks and limited drinks menu. Breakfast is basic but ok. You choose your meal via a tick box. Eggs various ways, noodle and rice dishes. Small portions. You can also get fresh fruit, toast, cereal etc. For what we paid we feel we got value for money. Location is very good. Bangla is a 5 min walk and beach is less than 10 mins away. Family mart close by. Jungceylon is closed at the mo. As are a few other places - boxing stadium etc. Big C at Jungceylon is open. Enough open to keep people occupied.

Stayed here for the first 3 nights on arrival. I wasnt sure what to expect when I saw the open plan/open air reception but after stepping out the lift to the corridor to my room I was in heaven. The air conditioning is extended out to the corridors and when the lift doors are open you are met by this reviving cold blast .The rooms are Modern, clean and spacious and great value for money. The hotel lobby is also a great social area to meet up with friends. And a rooftop bar with great views and happy hour is also a bonus. Its on a very busy street. With everything on hand but once inside the hotel you cant hear a thing. I will most definitely go back

This hotel is nice. I really liked it. The reason for 3 start is because of the false advertisement. We thought this was close to the beach the way advertisement was showing, no close to beach at all. You have to cross two very busy street. We have to be very very careful when crossing. Other then that the hotel is nice.

Clean and well maintained hotel. Good shower. Great breakfast. Nice swimming pool and gym. Good location near restaurants, 7eleven, ATM, money exchange, BIG C, Jungceylon shopping, Banzaan Fresh Market and Bangla Boxing Stadium. It's a busy hotel with 40 rooms in a single floor (they have 7 floors) sometimes it's hard to share only 2 lifts with all guests, also there are some drunk and annoying guests in the hotel. Hard bed and pillow. They offer a single cover for a Double bed.

I had stayed in this hotel and the breakfast was of no choice. Especially not recommended for Indian Grps. Yes it's centrally locates where one can walk to shopping mall like JungCeylon or Bangla Street. Rooms are expected to be a three star hotel accommodation . Staff is friendly.

We stayed at this hotel for 2days, very good hotel to stay for couples and families, and just 1 km far from patong beach and famous bangla street for night life, and everthing u will get at walking distance from this hotel. FOR INDIAN FOOD LOVER(Bombay Kitchen) NORTH INDIAN RESTAURENT IS CHEAP AND BEST TO EAT.

Once again I stayed at Best Western Hotel The staff were totally amazing. From picking me up from the airport and arriving at reception. Everything was easy. Special thanks to all the following The receptions staff: Dining kitchen especially Ms New, chefs who made breakfast and Crispy bacon every day, the happy cleaners, and Bar staff. Everyone treated me like a king. They made my stay most pleasant and memorable. Everything was clean. I love the gym, and pool area. The general manager Kumar was fantastic. And provided a wonderful New Years event. With amazing DJ music. I stayed 17 days and everything was great. Thanks again to all the staff who are now very good friends. We visited the Best Western Patong Beach for five nights. Firstly the location within Patong is amazing. A short stagger from Bangla Road. Juncylon, banzaan night market also really close. The hotel itself was clean, fresh and just what we needed for a coastal hotel. Amazing rooftop pool. Staff really friendly. Just what we needed to end our Thai adventure.

The staff is very rude, Discourteous Hotelrooms need maintainence,not cleaned on time.Staff in Buffet area talk rudely.Indian tourists r seen sarcastically.Notrecomending this hotel to anyone.Poor show.

Not the fanciest best western but certainly dedicated staff. Having been stood up by my arranged taxi the hotel took me to my destination with their taxi at no charge. Given the opportunity the staff makes it their goal to provide guests with the best experience possible. A+

If you looking for a place that is really close to the night food market and Patong Beach this is it. I would say the breakfasts here are really good and their rooftop pool. I do think that they could go out of their way to help guests a bit more. I did ask for a plaster/something when my foot was cut, however they said they had none (first aid box anyone?). Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the location is really ideal.

We had 4 night of vacation and one week before we came we asked to provide us calm room, because after 20 hours travel we wonted to have nice sleep. We ask about transfer to be organize and we got reply that they are fully booked and that they cannot organize transport from airport to hotel. Just rude and arrogant start. We came to hotel at 9am, with sleepless night we asked if we can get room before, lady at the reception reply us, ok if you pay, other wise wait 2pm. In the lobby of the hotel there are 4 couches, and all were occupied. It was written no food and drink, at 9 pm some people were already drinking beers with chips. My husband wanted to use lobby bathroom, it was only 2 for men, always occupied. Once they finally were liberated he went, but they were dirty and we went to reception to ask to clean it up and, after that it was again occupied and we used bathroom of restaurant and leave the language went for walk out of there. At 1pm we get room, we asked Calm and we got 517 what was just in the middle of corridor. Around us were group of people, they were have doors open continually visiting each other. So noisy. At most awesome situation is when at 3 night they put in the room beside Indian family and they made check in at 4am , they wake up everybody because they have couple of rooms and they were screaming from 3am to 4am, we call reception, but then they move inside to room and continue to make chaos inside to room, we couldn't sleep. After that other people start calling reception. At the end that Indian guy went down to complain why he cannot make check in “NORMALLY” and why everybody is comparing. Just discussing people and just worst than discussion management of that hotel. Please avoid this place, this place has no right to be BW Hotel, this is The WORST eastern hole we have been that cost like western hotel. Shame on you Best Western @Bestwestern

Great location near the Bangla road and excellent street food market. Breakfast was OK, although too Thai for my taste. The hotel supplies beach towels free of charge. The roof swimming pool looks great.

Cold welcome, nobody to help at the lobby with luggage. Had to follow up everyday for toiletries. Restaurant food was not good, gave us stomach problem. But location definitely good. Right opposite the happening Bangla Market lane. All the necessary stores were around the place.

The worst hotel I've ever checked in. They'll bluff and charge extra amount from you saying that you broke the glass you broke the water bottle amd they'll charge minimum of 400thb. Better don't get into this.

Every time you leave the hotel, you have to re-enter the WiFi password, regardless how often you leave the hotel or for how long. Also every second day, they will change the WiFi password, so that you will have to go to the lobby to ask for the new WiFi code, as they refuse to give you the new code over phone. Even if you call the reception from your hotel room. This is the most ridiculous WiFi policy that I've ever seen and it urgently needs to be adapted for the year 2020! The pool is small but very nice. Unfortunately, you can only really enjoy it very early morning or short before sun set/ early night, as otherwise it is way too hot, as directly exposed to the burning sun. Besides that, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is ok and the location is great, everything is within walking distance (the beach, the shopping malls and the night life). The rooms are clean and the AC works perfectly. Unfortunately the rooms are very clairaudient so that we could hear our neighbor laughing one night and vomiting another night... There are many Chinese guests, that may appear rude to the average European (by sneezing over the breakfast buffet, bringing food to the pool although forbidden or jumping the queue to enter the elevator, although we were already waiting in front of the elevator with our baby-stroller (including baby)).

I stayed here whilst visiting Phuket and this hotel is in a great location. Its 5mins walk from walking street were all the bars are and restaurants and also 10 min walk from Patong beach. Check in was very quick on arrival and even when leaving and the rooms were clean and tidy and were cleaned every day. Only fault with my stay was no english channels were on the tele and some were very fuzzy, not that this is a big thing as you don't go on holiday to watch t.v but it would of been nice to be able to.

We stayed at Best Western Patong for 5 nights and were satisfied with the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful when we emailed in advance. The highlight was the rooftop pool area, which had good views and plenty of sun beds and chairs. Breakfast each morning was great, although there was no air conditioning. I recommend sitting at the tables closer to the road, which had a nice breeze. The hotel room itself was clean and simple. It was a bit noisy at night with noise from other guests, but not as bad as other hotels I've stayed in. The shower had good pressure, but didn't drain very quickly. All up, a good stay.

It was an OK stay. I did expect a bit more, considering the price (price of just one room was already twice the amount we spent for 2 rooms at the Yorkshire Inn Hotel on the same trip), so was not expecting to see that my pillow case though clean was worn (had several holes), or that other than shower gel and shampoo, nothing else was provided in the toilet. Wifi was strong. We paid what we were told was a special rate for the breakfast (150baht). It did have a fair variety but most of it was carbohydrates (breads, cakes, noodles). The highlight for me was the was soup noodles as it was cooked on the spot. The other hot station was an egg station where you can order omelettes, or take the already cooked fried or hard-boiled egg. The fruit section has only watermelon, pineapple, rock melon and tangerines, and they were not fantastic – the rock melon was hard and bland, the pineapple looked pale (so I did not try it), and the some of the tangerines had mould on them (though those I ate were sweet).

Nightclubs, noisy disgusting surroundings, dirty small old room. Screaming one night stand with a prostitute next door. We wanted to cancel the reservation and leave, but the hotel nor AGODA allowed it. We talked to a small lady at reception, who spoke little English and we (thought we) made a deal to transfer us to another BW hotel in Phuket (a cheaper one) without paying anything more. When we arrived in the other BW, they had no info about us and the Best Western Patong didnt call them even when the woman told us she did. Long story short, we were FORCED to stay or lose 500€. - prostitutes allowed in the hotel - old rooms, dirty, small, very noisy - no basic amenities like toothbrush, slippers, nothing - only local and 2 chinese TV channels - 20+min walk to beach, not 5 like they state - dirty smelly hideous green beach - disgusting area, full of "pingpong shows", prostitues, drunk people, cockroaches - it was my birthday, they knew it, no surprise/birthday wish, nothing unlike anywhere else - horrible receptionists, bellboys are rude, manager even more - overpriced - from rooms, to water automats, to drinks, meals - smoking area right next to the pool - leaking AC - 80% Chinese, 15% Indians, 5% others - sooooooo noisy - the funniest part was the breakfast worth "10€ per person" on the day of our departure - 1/2 - half a piece of a sandwich, 1 tangerine, 1 small banana, 1 plain muffin, 1 yoghurt, 1 egg, 200ml drink - ridiculous + rooftop pool (but cold af, even with 35 degrees outside) + the only real plus was a good breakfast + restaurant personell, when we got sick, they allowed us to take a bit of food upstairs Overall, the worst hotel in my life ever. Please do not stay here, if you wish to have a nice holidays.

We stayed ther for 3 nights and stay was comfortable. Staff was very nice to the customers. Breakfast was really awesome, they had variety of food and even poha nd dal for breakfast.Hotel is very close to the patong beach.overall very nice experience.

Superb stay and my all requirements and required amminities are fulfilled. If I am visiting Phuket again then definitely I will opt for BW Patong Beach. And the best part the location. Its very near to Patong Bangla street and beach also not inside the street so that you will be out of loud music and notice.

Location is good. Very close to Patong market and You get almost everything at a walking distance. Breakfast spread was good, but hardly anything to eat for Indian vegeterians. There were 1-2 dishes, but tasted nothing like what we have in India. Staff is very friendly and ever smiling. Special call out to travel executive, who was very helpful with the bookings for sightseeing, etc. Wifi needs major improvement. The speed reminded me of 2G days. There are a couple of desktops in the lobby though, where you can browse internet at good speed. Rooms are good and clean. All in all, a good value for money to stay in close proximity to Patong market.

- we went as a group via TripFactory (must say the experience was not as expected) - the property is centrally located & easy to walk to Patong Beach/ Bangla Road - Rooms are smaller, typical business / budget property - Staff can spend more time smiling and interacting with the guests- they were rude at times if we ask them any questions - Breakfast spread can improve a lot with more options - We had to call the reception thrice via Operator for an extra bed. Despite of reminding at 6 pm twice, till we came back to the hotel room @ 2 pm- the bed wasnt ready - AirCon was pretty good and bed-linen was of premium quality - after our check-out the lady from reception from the hotel called us saying two towels were missing- i had to ask for a temporary access key and rush to my room- the towels were folded & kept near the wardrobe section - apparently, the house-keeping incharge did not notice my towels- she did apologize to me- that it was her mistake. - Front desk should be more courteous to the guests- instead of asking for TBH 1200 for the two towels- they should have politely checked- if we had misplaced the towels or left at the pool - this is not the best western i expected from a service quality standpoint - One of the days, we had packed breakfast (because we had PhiPhi Island tour)- the box was literraly cold- no crossiants, no fresh bread- it was a dead cold sandwich with a fruit & a packed juice (tetrapack) - Rooms are not sound proof- you can hear all night long vehicles passing. Opt for rooms which are not facing the main road.

Great destination for any business or Holiday trip. Great Breakfast, Cleanliness and staff behaviour. Reasonable distance from airport, nearby couple of shopping malls and market makes the stay more meaningful.

Location is perfect. So easy to get to some of the best food, night life, and beaches. The rooms are nice and have great AC and wifi, the breakfast is great, with a bar in the lobby that has live music, and the rooftop pool to top it all off. Also the concierge help made our trip so much better thank you!!

I'm from India and find this hotel the best in phuket. The staff were very helpful. Location is the prime assest to this hotel. Bangla street and the beach are walking distance. There are a decent Thai restaurants opposite this hotel.

The staffs were rude. They will charge you extra during checkout, so be extra cautious and cross check the towels and glasses beforehand. Location was good but overall experience was abyssmal. Both check-in and check-out was a bad experience.

All mirrors in lobby are filthy as most things are in this place. Floor in outside restaurant dirty. Shown to the room. Shower full of long dark hairs, grime and dirt on walls, skirting, in cupboards, drawers etc. Toilet and bathroom not clean. No toilet roll. Bedlinen stained and grimy as were the curtains. Towels were once white I expect. Yuk Looked in other rooms just the same so stuck it out for 2 nights. Breakfast, the guy at the egg station had on chefs jacket that might have been white in another life. Absolutely disgusting! Could not eat there as thought what are they like in kitchen if one out here is like that. Thought we would be OK with a brand name like Best Western and it wasnt cheap to stay in this dirty hotel.

Nice stay overall. Beautiful infinity pool. Pleasant staff went out their way to assist us and to answer any questions we had. Close to the market and a short walk to the beach. Nice breakfast atmosphere.

The hotel is in a good location if you don't want to be in the thick of the hustle and bustle of BANGLA RD, but is in a short walking distance to all the massage/spas, bars, clubs, shopping areas and restaurants. I am travelling alone for the weekend and with it being my first time in Thailand, I wanted to experience Phuket and I am really pleased with the experience I have received from the hotel and what it has to offer. Good customer service (although improvements required with restaurant staff; limited English and abrupt). Its a clean and convenient hotel and priced well. Rooms are of a decent size but the front doors need replacing - The noise levels in the corridor got VERY LOUD and lots of disturbances throughout the night by inconsiderate fellow guests.

I chose this hotel primarily for the location: a two-way road giving easy access to and from (taxi,tuktuk or motorcycle)...also 5 minutes walk to Bangla rd,and 5 minutes more to the beach. The hotel itself was a treat, the rooms, big and clean (mine had a balcony)...the breakfast very good (till 10.00am) and the staff & management, only too willing to attend to every request

Extremely good, The location more than wow since it's in the center of the city, nightlife, shopping mall, hospital, police station all this are very closely. I'm strongly recommend for those who people's who prefer to be in active place.

Best Western was clean and felt good after a long trip through the gorgeous islands of Thailand. It's location is right in the middle of the Patong craziness. So if this is your vibe - being in the middle of the franticness of Patong, then this is the best place for you to stay. Very cool thing is their infinity pool with a view of the city. Also their staff were super friendly and helpful

The hospitality is great and the room as well. but for some reason the internet is very slow couldn't even stream or do video call. pool area is amazing and the breakfast too. hope they can fix this issue. location is also very convenient close to the beach

Over all ,bad hotel with a very poor quality of food. Staff are very unfriendly and they are not welling for any assistance BAD place to stay in Thailand, although it's not cheap hotel and I was expecting a professional way from all the staff. Especially the lady working in the reception.

This BW is nice,spacious, and near everything. Nearby locations: Junceylon shopping center, Junceylon night market , Bangla Road (red light district). The room was clean, big shower and nice lightnings. The hotel hallway is way too dark ; feel unsafe.

I have booked hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. Though I was aware that they have check in at 2pm but as my flight landed early so we reached 2 3 hrs before the scheduled check in time. When I talked to the reception they said early check in is not available and if you need its chargeable@1000 baht which I didn't like due to which we waited at reception area as it was raining outside so we can't go out too. After this for whole 3 hrs they didn't bother to come and ask for water also which I believe is basic courtesy. Cons of room: 1) The TV in the room has only local channels, when they know they have international tourists all over Phuket 2) They don't provide basic amenities like toothbrush toothpaste washroom sleepers 3) If you don't put towel on floor they wont replace it next day also 4) The wifi is so so 5) Breakfast is worst if you're vegetarian. They have only bread butter, conflex salad and fruits only for vegetarians On the pro side ,only thing is locality which is near to bangla street Overall I am not satisfied with hotel service. I won't suggest to someone else too

The shower room is unclean. Moldy looking. They never change the sheets, blankets, and pillow cases. They were stained before hand. Had to make them change it when we arrived. They do not clean the toliet every day. We had to ask them to clean the toliet. I will not be returning.

I stayed here from 16th to 19th May and had booked my room for 2 Adults and 1 kid. On arrival we had travelled for almost 15 hours and the reception staff wasn't able to find our booking for a good 20 mins. While keeping us waiting till they checked they did not even offer us water. Upon being asked to at least serve water to us, the receptionist said its a 3 star hotel and we do not serve water or welcome drink to arriving guests. Once they found our room booking, their next confusion started when they mentioned that we have to pay for the child's breakfast whereas the payment was already made to Makemytrip our booking partner. The confusion wasn't resolved even till our checkout and makemytrip asked us to pay and claim from them once back in India. Pathetic. Rooms are extremely small, the bed is good only for 2 people at the best and they knew that we had booked for 3 people even then the small room was offered even after paying for 3 people. We struggled to manage on the small bed. On the plus side: 1. Swimming Pool is good 2. Very approachable to the market While we were departing they said that one teaspoon was missing from the room, it took sometime to explain to the reception guy with his limited knowledge of English that the housekeeping took it while cleaning food from our room. You can get better in Phuket. Would be best avoided if your 3 or more people

Room itself is spacious, huge comfortable bed. Decent air con, lovely big and powerful shower. Breakfast average, but nice omelettes. Wifi none existent, better in the lobby but it kept cutting out in our room and wasn't strong at all. Great location, 5 minute walk to Bangla Road or the big shopping centre. Nice pool area, plenty loungers.

No problem with the hotel really. It's located on a very busy street so it's extremely noisy if you plan on getting a good night's sleep. You will hear motorcycles well past midnight. The hotel itself is very lovely. Comfortable bed and good shower. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast here but the restaurant is good for lunch and dinner. I would just prefer a more quiet atmosphere.

I had to stay with my family for 10 nights here. I was shocked how far the distance between the motorbikes parking lot and the entrance of the hotel. They put us in the farest rooms so we had to walk long everytime we need to go out or to come back. The "Satellite TV" they called is poor and most of channels are weak. The breakfast was nice but expensive (300 bahts for two or for 1 person alone). The hotel located in great area, staff are nice and security level is high. They prevent guests from smoking on balcony (strang) yet this was not mentioned when we booked. The balcony is too small and miserable in width (only 14 inches).

Stay was very good. Located near Bangla road Phuket. You can walk to many places from here. Staff was good. Food quality was also good. Doesn't have many options in the breakfast though, but it was enough. You can do much more if you stay in Best Western Patong. Coming to Phuket, you would want a hotel which is located in the center of many tourist attraction. I would definitely want to stay again here. Very Practical choice.

Comfortable stay and great value for money. Stay in 4 floor, the corridor was dark with minimum lighting. Roof top pool is a good place to relax. The location is near to shopping, massage, food and Bangla street.

Best part of the hotel was its location from the walking street that is Bangla street, the most happening place in Phuket. Rooms were good . Staff was friendly . Enjoyed the swimming pool at top floor. We stayed there for three days and two nights. Free morning breakfast was good for we have vegetarian friends also and there was adequate choice for vegetarians also.

We landed in Phuket and stayed in this hotel. The check in time was 2 pm, the hotel's lobby was full and had no space to sit. Not a warm welcome. Checked in our room. Room was done quit well with white interiors. The washroom was small and there was a balcony! The beds were comfortable. The best part was the patong club Street was just 5 mins walk from hotel. Also around hotel, there were a lot of restaurants. From pan Asian to italian. There was a shopping complex nearby where you can shop and also had a lane full of restaurants with different cuisines. We chose the breakfast buffet with our Stay. The choices for a vegetarian person were way too less. Also the food at their buffet restaurant was way too average. Overall a nice place minus food, wouldn't recommend anyone choosing their breakfast buffet. Comfort - 3/5 Food -2/5 Location- 4/5 House Keeping - 3/5 Hospitality - 3/5

spent 2 nights on company trip. well...there isn't much to tell but the fact that it's a good hotel. overall they give good service. the minus just that the waitress at breakfast don't speak English and there was some time they had the glass runs out. the tv doesn't have HBO & others channel similar.

A great place to stay and great value for money. The staff is very supportive and is willing to help. The roof top pool is amazing esp at night . The place was very clean and highly recommend for all groups to stay . The location is not to far from Bangla and the mall but also great location for eatery

Hotel is situated in a very good location near Patong beach. It is also near Baanzaan night market and jungceylon. Just opposite the hotel is a stretch of restaurants that open till late night.There are quite a number of massage places to choose from nearby. The rooms are very clean and new looking, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Best of all, for an additional low fee, you can get the hotel breakfast which I will strongly recommend because it is value for money and good. All in all, I am very happy with my stay here.

Come here regularly on business and Best Western is in a perfect location for me. The price is reasonable, room is quiet and clean - I was at the end of the building away from the road - and internet seems better that last time I stayed. Nice pool and gym on top floor with good views. I sometimes have to extend my bookings while I'm here and reception and management are very helpful. Housekeeping manager and staff helpful too. TV lacks English speaking channels but ok if here on holiday. Air-con was good - which is important. A wider selection of beer at the bar would be good. San Miguel light would be my choice and is available in many other bars here but not the hotel. Close to jungceylon mall for shopping and big c supermarket and only five minutes walk to Bangla and the beach. Will be back soon.

Stayed for 3 night with 6 families (6 rooms)..the hotel is easy access to the shop,nearby 3min walk to Jungceylon Mall.Been to phuket every year but the experiences we had in Best Western Hotel Patong was not as expected as 3/4 star rated hotel. Good feedback:- 1-location is in centre,walking distance to shop,mall 2-the spread/line breakfast is average 3-the staff at receptionist is helpful & greetful 4-the rooftop pool is okay & the kids had fun Negative feedback:- 1-staff at the restaurant seems like discrimination.other family's daughter can feed fish in the pond next to restaurant,however my our kids are feeding the fish,been warned by the staff 2-very noisy at night as the hotel is next to the main road,hear clearly the motorcycle racing, lorry... 3-the alarm sensor for the whole hotel keep on ringing for 3-4 times at night time,when called the receptionist..been told that it was system problem. 4-the room size is very small when add 1 extra bed,not recommended for families with 2 or more kids. 5-the door system with card access not functioning even been repaired by the technician few times. Overall experiences is average.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms are nice and comfortable however my let down was the staff. They are very unfriendly and you definitely don't want to see that at a hotel reception. There were no basic things in the bathroom like a toothbrush , a shower cap etc..for a hotel of this class. We we're checking out at 5am and they dint have staff to help with luggage so we had to bring it down ourselves. Basically for a holiday spot the hospitality of this place is not great at all!!

We stayed here last week. Although it is not very new, the hotel is well maintained. Location is very near to Patong beach, bars and restaurants. Breakfast is reasonably good, at least better than many hotels in Thailand. Any requests handled immediately by the management. Airconditioning is a little bit noisy, we are not disturbed by the busy city noises. In short, I would return and stay in this hotel again.

Still one night to leave this hotel but can't wait to review it. Very bad breakfast, coffee, tea, fruit, ... and when they run out of food they just don't replenish it. Nice and helpful staff although some of them not very happy in the breakfast and housekeeping. Big room, confortable bed but firm and high pillows, nice bathroom with big headshower, just a few English TV channels. Far from the beach but close to the "action", won't return to this hotel.

Good price and service. Even lent us her personal umbrella when it was raining out and went the extra mile to ensure guests tour experience were the best possible. amenities - pool and gym - did not use either so cannot comment buffet breakfast - mix of thai and western breakfast items. fried eggs - very greasy and messily piled into heating bins. omelette station had made to order, ok but quite greasy. coffee not very good. they have what looks like a coffee drinks machine but it is set to only dispense coffee so you may have to wait if a few people are trying to get coffee since it only does one drink at a time. location - on main street, very close to big Juncylnn shopping centre, bazaan night market, and bangla road where all the bars are. very convenient if you are into the nightlife party scene. huge sound stage with karaoke style singing. very noisy!

best western hotel on patong beach at bangala road was a good stay though the basic amenities were missing in the beginning and i needed to remind them of the same thrice before i reached out to the reception to inform them. By basic amenities i mean bathing towels and shampoo candiitoner and soap and other toiletries...did i asked for more? i dont think so. The guy at the reception was defensive when approached with the request. well other than this episode, all went on well. The room stay was comfortable but the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, can lead to serious neck issues.Lobby area is very welcoming and the restaurant around is very happening throughout the day. No food is served at late nights, guess i can imagine why, since all the food street.Location is very good and close to patong beach. breakfast in the morning is well stacked too. one thing i figured out in all and all of thailand,dont ask for more or anything but only what u pay for.If anything goes wrong, dont expect them to fix it for u.

Have given this 3 stars as I believe that is what the hotel deserves. Rooms were fine (get what you pay for) and the roof top pool was fairly nice and a good size. The location is very good, right near the centre of Patong so no need for taxis to get around the town. Our first disappointment was a charge to us for the breakage of the complimentary free water glass water bottle. We tried to clear up the glass the best we could with what we had in the hotel, however we were still charged for the damage of the free item... Our second disappointment was the noisiness of the hotel, we had people banging on our doors and shouting down the corridors in the evening whilst we were trying to sleep. When we told the staff in the morning they did not seem that concerned, did apologise but no compensation was given.

Just stayed here in early Dec. The hotel is well located in Patong and short walk to Jungceylon mall and night market. The room itself looks relatively new and well designed. My rate came with breakfast, which was also reasonably decent in food selection. However, there was quite a lot of other issues with this hotel. Firstly there was a loud mechanical sound that consistently sounded in my room (212) and despite asking the front desk to check it, the sound persisted even at night. Secondly the hotel catered to a lot of tour groups, who were unfortunately very noisy and with the thin walls of the hotel room, caused quite abit of disturbance and I didn't get a good sleep. Thirdly the bed sheet had a huge stain. The staff is generally ok - k'sakunrat who checked me in was quite nice, but I felt a general sense of weariness in the team to cope with the high guest occupancy at the time I was staying. Lastly, the hustle and bustle of Patong is also not really my cup of tea. Fortunately we stayed only one night. In general, there are much nicer places in Phuket than Patong. But if Patong is your thing, then I think Best Western is an “ok” choice based on the price and location.

About an hour drive from the airport, the best western is in an ideal location, lots of bars & restaurants close by, a five minute walk to Bangla road, and 10 mins to the beach. The rooms are very clean & roomy, Maid service & 2 free bottles of water everyday. Breakfast is excellent with a great choice. The pool is also fabby with a great little pool bar & free towels. We had a problem with very noisy neighbours arguing all night long, after 3 days we had had enough & asked to be moved, this was no trouble at all and were moved within the hour, the staff were very friendly. The only downside is the wifi keeps kicking you off & you have to resign in everytime. Overall an excellent stay & would Deffo recommend.

The hotel is in the main location and closer to patong. We walked everywhere from our hotel. The rooms are nice but little clumsy. The bathroom was great! There was no view! I mean it had a pathetic view. But we didn't look for view so it was ok. We got a balcony too which was nice. The ground floor including the front desk, breakfast area and lobby area is very casual and comfy. I found it attractive. Check-in and check-out was quick. The pool is on the top floor and not some bigger. But it was fine. They serve breakfast very early morning so it was very helpful to us as we had early morning flight. It was worthy!

Stayed here for 4 nights last week. The hotel is very welcoming and clean, upon arrival reception staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and absolutely spotless, the only down side is the beds are slightly uncomfortable, but not a huge issue. Location of the hotel is brilliant only a 5 mins walk from the juncylon shopping mall, from here you can cut through to the beach easily. The rooftop pool is lovely, clean large pool, good views of Patong, nice seating and sunbathing areas and a good pool bar that does a great happy hour. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again, the hotel was good value for money.

please check out my other reviews to see I always leave an honest opinion. check in was really easy and quick with no issues. rooms lovely and clean. bed was very hard however, and did ask for a topper which in all honesty didn't make a difference but as most beds in Thailand are hard, it was just get on with it. rooms cleaned daily, and maid was lovely. breakfast, great choice, and again great staff, plentiful and hot. pool, wow ! one of the best pools in patong in my opinion, and the cabanas were great. I did read you had to pay for them on another review, but this isn't the case. only issue I found was that the sunbeds didn't have any umbrellas over them and thus it could get very hot. only other issue experienced was very noisy guests but that is no way the fault of the hotel, and we did complain which isn't something we would normally do as after all we are in patong, but they were so loud it was ridiculous. staff did speak to them I believe and it seemed to work. definitely stay here again as in great location, and excellent price.

My husband and I visited this hotel just 2 day back and checked out today morning. The lobby is great and inviting and check in was smooth. And then the nightmare began, we were given a room on the 4th floor the moment we got out of the elevator the lobby seemed like straight from a horror movie, basically dark and dingy. Once in the room everything looked fine and got down to freshen up so we could go exploring, little did we know that wasnt going to happen. There was an enormous leakage in the pipe below they basin. On calling the Front Desk they sent up a housekeeping staff to check and then an engineer. My husband spent 1hr watching over him as he undid the entire pipe from the wall thus creating an entire pond of murky water in the bathroom. Front desk didnt even try to move us to another room for some reason know best to them. We called housekeeping thrice to clean the loo whilse we had still not even stepped out after arriving. Finally when we went down to the reception we requested a room change which obviously didnt happen or wasnt even attempted. We asked them to clean our room while we were but yet again it wasnt when we returned aftera couple of hours. The drill continued of calling housekeeping ourselves and making it happen. The funny thing was they dint change the footmat which i dont know why!!!!!!! This day finally came to an end. We went out for a cruise the next day and returned to find the same floormat and leakage back to square one. And still no room change!!!! On the day of check out which is today, we finished our breakfast and made a final visit to the lobby toilet before going by minivan to krabi and viola!!!!!! LEAKAGE THERE TOO!!!!!!! Now let me clear one thing, i wasnt going around looking for leakage all over the hotel but when there's a pool you can notice it... All in all a horrible and disappointing experience and i will never return to this hotel or recommend it to anyone.

We stayed at This hotel 3 nights and it was fantastic!! We booked a shuttle from the hotel to pick us up at the airport. Driver was on time and friendly. Checking in was fast and easy. The room was ready for us nice, clean, and comfortable. Every morning breakfast was served and there was a variety of breakfast items to choose from. We will definitely be back soon.

Hotel was located very close to the patong beach and jungceylon mall and many restaurants around it. the roof top pool has a excellent view of the city and it is quite clean. there was not much options in breakfast for indians except bread and omlette. Travel desk was very helpful and found best price compared to other travel agencies. The room was too small with narrow door way.

Just 5-7 minute stroll away from the bangla street. 2 minute walk to night freash bazaar anf the jocelin mall and muaitai boxing ring. Basically very convinient location. The hotel is very clean and all facilities and up to date

The hotel itself is pretty clean, the thing anosed me is the the room door does not have sound insulation, you can hear every single noise in the evening very clearly, I keep waked up by other room guests who slammed the door, talk, walk along the hallway etc. Finally I cannot sleep.

Staying at this Hotel, has been a pleasure. As per Our Request, we were alloted a Room, specially designed for the "Differently Abled". The whole Hotel, is Differently Abled Friendly, and accessible. Thanks to Ma'am Fon, and Her Staff, for making Our Stay, (My Wife, Her Brother, His Wife, and Myself) so comfortable. The Premises and Rooms, are Very Clean. The Hotel, is situated, on the Patong, Main Road, and 5 minutes from Patong Beach, accessible to various shopping facilities. All in All, A Comfortable, Enjoyable Stay.

What a fabulous hotel and the service was very very good, from the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble, just of the main street in a quiet location but close enough to all the amenities and Karon Beach itself. The rooms in the hotel were first class, a few issues with the first room through no fault of the hotel, noisy guests. upon explaining our plight to the reservations team we were imidialty moved to another room which was soooo much better. For an additional fee, we upgraded our holiday to a cabana for the last 3 nights which again was perfect with our own hot tub/jacuzzi spent those nights before going out to eat relaxing and cooling down after a hard day in the sun! we also ordered one of the chefs private BBQ - you would be mad to miss this is you get the chance, lobster, king prawns, salmon, steak and all the trimmings, at the price it was a gift approx £20 per head. Great holiday and we will be back to Karon beach at some point in the future. Oh and don't forget to book in for a two-hour hotel spa experience, a little more expensive that what you could find in Karon Beach but so worth it.

Though the price was worth it as the room was clean, the girl staff at the check in counter was very rude as in her attitude. Also, some of the lights in the hallway on the 4th floor was on and some were off, not sure if it was due to energy saving reasons but at least it was very dark in the hall.

This hotel was the best value for our stay in Thailand out of many hotels that we stayed in over our month travelling round. Brilliant rooftop pool with a bar and gym. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Rooms were spacious and modern. Location is 3 mins from the main strip and 5 mins from the beach. The room could be a bit cleaner, I found hairs on the floor upon check in which I cleaned up myself.

From the moment we arrived it was obvious that everyone at the hotel was very friendly. We were given a room on the top floor which was handily just down the corridor from the pool. The pool area was absolutely stunning and so relaxing! Our room was comfortable and clean and had basic amenities like a kettle and a TV (although the TV signal was poor). We were also given two complementary bottles of water per day which was good as Thai tap water is not for drinking. The breakfast was quite varied and quite tasty, and the hotel restaurant served some nice food with discount for hotel guests during certain hours. However, the WiFi in this hotel was a bit temperamental to be honest. It seemed to disconnect and reconnect all the time.

We used this hotel for our stop over in Patong , great location.... very good rooms and a pool on the 7th floor with a bar Safe in the room ,great shower and comfortable bed .... a great place as a base if your visiting Patong good facilities and shops neaby

Although best western is located in the heart of the city , but the hotel staff and their policies are totally customer unfriendly. 1. First thing they charged more amount than what we booked on makemytrip which upon confrontation they denied. WE didnt had any proof as we paid in cash. They charged us 2800 bhat for the room booked in 2453 bhats on MMT. 2. We had booked 3 rooms and these guys didnt even give early checkin for even 1 room so that we can freshenup. 3. The staff is totally unfriendly and rude when asked for anything. The most surprising thing was they charge extra for any guest visiting . When we asked where is this written, they refer some policy which is only available with manager and who comes only in the morning. totally unfriendly behaviour. I will give 1/5 points to this hotel

This is the 2nd time stay in this hotel. Staffs were expected to speak english well as phuket is a tourist attracting destination but what we got here was totally disappointed. Receptionist gave me an occupied room at first. It was not problem until It became the 2nd time for the same room, given that I had informed him the problem. I thought he would check and arrange me another room instead, but after checking (No idea what was checked) he returned me the key of the occupied room and asked me to come there again...??!

It's our first time to stay in this hotel. Very clean, bed comfy, staff friendly. Breakfast til' 11am. If travelling as a couple ask for extra key as you need it all the time like going to the pool or gym which is on the rooftop. Ten minutes walk to the beach ( Ask towels at the front desk). You don't get bored coz there's lots of little shops on the way. Also few minutes walk to the local fresh market and the big shopping mall Jungceylon. We had a great stay. Highly recommended.

2nd time staying here. Rooms are clean, of a good size and comfortable. Staff at front desk and breakfast always friendly and welcoming during my stays. Rooftop pool is beautiful and happy hours 1 for 1 from 4pm to 6pm were great. Lady at the bar was very helpful. It does get a bit crowded in the late afternoon. Location is perfect. Just across the street from Soi Sansabai. Few minutes to Bangla Road or Jungceylon shopping mall. Lots of shops, convenience stores, restaurants nearby. Saw a review that mentioned 1 key card is given but did not have any issues requesting a second one. Breakfast is okay. Had breakfast 3 times and only on 1 day they had some ham and cheese, which was a bit disappointing. Some guests mentioned the front desk werent too professional but i saw them handle a group of aggressive and loud drunk guests arguing about bringing extra guests to their rooms. I thought they managed it very professionally considering the guests were banging their fists on the counter. Unfortunately, these guests were staying on the same floor as me, so it was difficult getting a good sleep due to the constant banging of doors and shouting along the corridor. All said, cant fault the hotel for crazy guests. I did not have this issue during my first stay. Would still recommend this hotel as one of the best for the location, rooms and service. And prices were very reasonable during the off-season.

I have to admit to having been a little concerned with a few of the reviews I had read before going to Bestwestern Pa tong but from the moment we arrived, the staff, the facilities, the food... everything was perfect! We arrived at 9am and were aware this was early for check in and expected a delay. We were instantly informed that our room wasn't ready yet and that we were being spend time at swimming pool by Front office Manager , Thanks. The staff at reception were wonderful at all times, all happy, smiling and very accommodating (Aun ,Ploy, Mo,Wut). The buffet breakfast was an absolute treat! We also had a buffet dinner which was amazing! The facilities were 1st class. The swimming pool was amazing, . The fitness centre was huge enough for us and Mr. Tristan recommend us for use it. Everything about this place was just perfect and if/when we go back to Phuket, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Bestwestern Patong again. We certainly got more than our money's worth!!

To be honest, I initially had some reservations about Best Western Patong Beach due to some negative reviews I read. However after staying for 4 nights, I have to agree with other reviewers about this hotel's plus point - the superb location that is just a street away from Bangla Rd, 5 mins walk to Jungceylon Mall and plenty of dining options around! A wellness spa complex "Let's Relax" is also just next to the hotel. I had the best relaxation time and ended up going there more than to the beach itself! ?? (Btw, it's an easy 7-10 mins walk to the beach...) To recap my personal view on Best Western Patong Beach... GOOD: - Great location - without a doubt! - Efficient and prompt email communication from Reservation and Front Office Manager. - Hospitable and helpful bellhop guys. - Clean and cosy room. -Good water pressure from the rain shower. - Travel desk available at the lobby.(The lady manning the counter is so accommodating in assisting with all kind of tour bookings, car rental, airport transfers, etc). - Good breakfast spread and served till 11am late. Just love the french toasts and the pancake machine with it's freshly made yummy fluffy pancakes! BAD: - Rude front office staffs which is somewhat unbecoming for someone in this line. Being an airline/hospitality employee myself, I find this behaviour very appalling. Good thing I was prepared for this (from reading the negative reviews), so when one staff actually raised her voice at me for not understanding some of her unintelligible words during check-in, I just let it pass as to not spoil my holiday mood. ?? - Only 1 key card given. This inflexibility caused some hassles for me and my husband. Eg, when he went out for a smoke or swim up on the rooftop pool and I am sleeping in the room. (Card need to remain in the wall slot for electric power and the very same card is also needed in to access the elevator). - Lightings along the rooms corridor too dim and could pose safety issues/hazards. (Photo attached). - Rooms not soundproofed. Loud conversations, sounds of door slamming, knockings can be heard almost daily. - Unstable wifi signals. - Limited TV channels. A channel with English movies is available, but alas been dubbed into Thai. ?? All in all, Best Western Patong Beach is still a great place to stay. It has a lot of potentials if improvements were made on the weak areas and their staffs' customer service skills. (Btw just sharing in case this might serve as a tip for anyone: My first 3 nights were booked from a third party site. When I approached the front office to extend another 1 night, I was quoted a higher rate and they wouldn't match the third party site which is still giving the much lower rate for the same extended date. So I guess, it's better to book from OTA than from hotel directly...)

The Best Western Patong Beach is literally the best situated hotel in the area. The hotel has an inviting lobby that is modern, sleek and has an abundance of staff to check you in or answer questions you may have about your stay. The rooms all come with balconies, English television channels, strong air-conditioning and ample lighting. I really liked the rainfall showers in the bathroom because they are large. The hotel offers free wireless internet to guests and I would highly recommend booking a breakfast deal because it is well worth the value. I really loved the made to order omelette station, but rest assured, there are also other Western and Asian delicacies to please your appetite. There is a large pool on the roof that overlooks the area and is very relaxing after a long day. There is even part of the pool that has jacuzzi jets and seats to relax in while you pass your vacation away in bliss. The gym is nice and has both cardio and free weights. The tour desk in the lobby is great and offers competitive pricing. Like I said, the best part of the hotel is not only the staff, accommodations and amenities, but the location. The hotel is a five-minute walk to the main bar/club street known as Bangla Road. There is also a mall and supermarket about 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel to buy drinks and snacks. 24 hour McDonalds and Burger King is also attached to this mall. The beach is about a 10 minute walk as well. The hotel is by far the best value for your money in Patong Beach. If you want a relaxing modern room within the heart of Patong for an excellent price, this is the place.

Great location. Close to Bangla road if you're into that but the hotel was not noisy. Rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. Amazing hot shower. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I extended my stay and it was a quick and easy process. I will definitely stay there again.

Had a nice stay at Best Western Patong . Easy accessible to Jungcelon n Banzan market . Countless eateries n massage places. 2 streets lane away from Bangla area n patong beach. Rooms was cozy ... except corridor of my stayed level was alit dark . Regardless daytime or night . Pool n gym looks great but didn't try swimming or gym.. Mana restaurant ,where we had quite good bfast. Especially their Belgium waffles n pancakes. Overall hotel still look new n clean.

We only stayed here for one night, the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. However don't plan on getting any sleep, you can hear everyone who walks past in the hallway, slamming of doors and very loud shouting until the early hours. There is a nice pool on the rooftop, with tasty cocktails.

It is awesome place to stay with its close proximity to Patong Beach, Bangla road and Jungceylon. This hotel is new and all the staff will make your stay a memorable one(Tae,Aon,Pakin,Nang). The surrounding area is quiet and you will really enjoy your every moment here.

Just got back from a family holiday in Thailand. Had a great stay at the Best Western in Patong. The location is ideal, close to the action (restaurants,shopping,markets and bars)but far enough away so still quiet. The staff were great and the kids loved the buffet breakfast. The daily routine was a trip to the gym a quick dip in the pool, shower and straight down for breakfast. Will definitely be back, hopefully soon.?? Daron Madur

The guest service agent lady Jenngergn (sorry is I misspelled) wasn't very helpful or understanding. I spilt the room with my friend and he left earlier than I did. He was responsible for his own charges and I was to be responsible for my own. I was paying baht and he was charging to the room. When I inquired about late checkout, she let me know there were charges to the room and I have told her that those were my friends and not mine and should be going to his Credit card. She rudely let me know that my friend said I would pay for it. I said I would talk to him to confirm and when I did she still RUDELY said no. She was visibly upset with me and displayed no empathy!!!!! The duty manager didn't seem to care either. I was basically brushed off and told they cant charge unless he signs. They also took a copy of my friends Credit Card, but it was a bad copy which is way I think it refused to want to help me!

Best Western is excellently located and all the locations where one would like to go are within walking distance. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Breakfast is very good with a wide variety of choice.

The location, the pool and the rooms all looked pretty great which had raised the expectations from this hotel while booking. However, I was much disappointed with the checkin process and the general behavior at the reception. One execute particular by the name of ploy was quite rude without reason which kind of spoilt our mood right at the beginning of our stay.

I Recently traveled from Australia to stay at The Bestwstern Patong for 1 weeks. I found it was an amazing place, fantastic service and really nice staff (Fai,Mo). The Buffet breakfast is a must and the pool bar is an obvious definite win to beat the heat. One of the best things I found during my stay was the onsite taxi service, particularly one Taxi driver who I wish I met earlier than I did, Ms.Jutarat, She really made the whole trip worthwhile, not only did she get us to our destinations avoiding all the bad traffic areas but she showed us some really cool sites and was so much fun to travel with, a real laugh a minute and you just couldn't help but smile the whole time. So if you find yourself at the Bestwestern Patong and in need of a taxi ask For Ms. Jutarat (she the one in reservation department),it will be the best taxi ride you will have in you whole trip.

Overall a good stay for 5 days stayed in phuket with my family , well connected to patong beach. good hotel. The staff (Mr.Tae, Ms.tangmo, MS Apple and Mr.Witchanu) are also so lovely and always happy to help. For spa, food all near the hotel.connectivity is also good.. located on the main road . nice stay.must try.

The location of the hotel is superb. The rooms are a bit small. The pool is also relatively small but it's on the terrace. It's 800 mtr from the famous bangla road(walking street). The breakfast buffet wasn't nice for vegetarians.. They even did not allow you to take a coffee outside.

The location is great! Close enough to everything, but far enough away from beach. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just okay... eggs, pancakes that you make yourself, and some various pastries and cereals. Even though I didn't use it, the pool looked amazing! The property was clean and the staff was very helpful 'Fon, Ple". I would stay here again.

Hi All, The stay was really good and the location is prime, walking street. It's very near to the beach and lots of shops outside. The receptionists (Tae, Pakin,Aon) were very co-operative for any issues, helpful, good service. In room was clean and comfortable, location perfect.

I would first like to say WOW! Having stay at Bestwestern Patong!! The price you pay for the value earned at this hotel is over the top amazing! Starting with check-in Ms. Jutarat greeted me with a warm Thai Smile and acknowledge that I was traveling with a group of others who had checked in hours before my arrival. Ms. Jutarat acknowledged me as an Member and had my room ready right away which is a plus as I wanted to hit the ground running in Phuket! I was on the 4th floor and my room was great had 2 beds for my roommate and clean not a spot to be seen. The shower is truly amazing full of power for the hot days of Thailand to cool off! Also a balcony in every room. Breakfast at this Bestwestern Patong is quite good. From 6:30am to 1030am there was eggs was daily along with other hot food options, and breads and cereals, fresh fruits and salad, with many juices such as Orange. I will say that you wont go hungry and there is something for everyone there The breakfast staff changes daily as all employees work all customer focused groups ie. Front Desk, Lobby, Breakfast Hall in the Great Room! The Hotels location close with everything. This hotel staff is truly one of a kind, the guests are quite demanding and at times rude but the staff conducts themselves with grace and overall niceness. I will say that my experience was sooo great I didn't want to leave so I booked another 2 nights. The night before my checkout, I saw Ms. Jutarat and told her that I had booked another room for the next 2 nights and if I could get a same room and she said yes! She noted my reservation and consulted with the team to ensure my needs were meeting. The next morning I checked out and rechecked in with Mr. Jaturanon who was in training, and He was so eager to help and gave me a courtesy call when my room was ready! This hotel has everything from the pool to the laundry and the atmosphere experience you cannot be upset at this place. I already booked another stay for August as this will be my go to vacation spot! Please never change! and Thanks for the wonderful vacation!

Our second stay @ the best western, I can say it has been a excellent stay yet again,check in was quick(tip is email ahead request a early check in if possible) mana steak house great food, breakfast has a excellent choice for all tastes, rooftop pool clean tidy, small bar for drinks and snacks by the pool with a happy hour,The hotel is close 4 Min walk to banzaan nite market there is just so much by this hotel,Beach 10 Min walk up Bangla Road, cleaners did a great job kept rooms clean and changed bed sheets ,bell boys helpful always smiling and asking if you need anything, front desk staff helpful and smiling, seems to me the general manger has alot of experience on how a hotel should be run,

It's an average hotel with good location (Near to Patong Beach & Bangla Road). Housekeeping is poor. Breakfast spread is above average. Main road facing, lot of noise from traffic in front facing rooms. Overall an average hotel.

I have selected the hotel because of service on their previous guest reviews. The hotel was reasonable price for a friend group stay in. I did really satisfactions with the staff, there were so helpful upon arrival at almost midnight I have met with a bell boys and the front desk agent (gentleman, on the left side by the counter), he was so helpful and lot of information assistant. The room was cozy and comfortable with fully well set up of room amenities; mini bars are chargeable. The swimming pool was really nice if it has no rain, it was located on the 7th floor/roof top...so I did enjoyed the pool on that time too. I walked to Patong Beach within 5 minutes distance, just across Bangla night street market. Breakfast were so varieties and excellent service from the service staff in the restaurant. Thank you for the management to groom their staff in the exceeded service mind and I will be back again :) Only one negative thing that was the draining system in toilet (Room 431). I have finished the shower at night time but unfortunately the water couldn't drained in shower zone and toilet zone. Need to wait until the water completely drain.

We had an incredible room service from the front desk. The breakfast is delicious! The rooms are clean and beautiful! It's quiet and the pool is also beautiful. The location of this hotel was fantastic and central - a very short walk to Bangla Road and Patong Beach. Staff at the front desk is very helpful and friendly especially Ms.Ploy and Mr.Thanathip. Rooms are cosy, comfortable and have all basic amenities required. Enjoyed the stay!

Right in the heart of patong 5-10 minutes walk to Bangla road. Staff were amazing especially Ms.Gee,Ms.Mo and Mr.Tae helped with anything we needed and spoke very good English. The rooms are clean very spacious. Hotel has a nice restaurant (no aircon) in the front; opens on the street. Nice breakfast options. There are several options to eat in the close proximity to this hotel.The pool was very good sea view had a nice stay for 3 nights.

We've stayed at Bestwestern Patong in the 21st of May 2018, The Hotel is just 10 minutes away from the patong beach and major places, The staff at this place was excellent "Tae ,Aon,Fai,Ple" I need to say this as you wont find the hospitality good in Thailand apart from few places, The hotel has good breakfast . The rooms are nice and good with every little details taken care of... I would definitely recommend this place if you going with family friends its worth the value what you pay or can say more than that

Stayed for 1 week May 2018. Stayed in newly renovated room. Extremely clean and very friendly staffs especially at fantastic breakfast. Thanks to New, Sutido, Nantana, Nattah, Yupphadi,Supaporn and Kasidhat. Room girl Onuma and friendly chef Yutthaphong All the staff including front office were very friendly. Very welcoming every time we walked in and out of hotel.

I stayed there on 20 May 2018.I checked in at Best Western Patong Hotel.The front reception is friendly and good take care ,he is duty manager name Tae very polite.Their location surround with tourism entertainment places nearby Bangla night Street,Janceylon shopping mall, short distance to Patong beach,Banzaan shopping night market.Room is new condition style decoration compare with cheap price with buffet breakfast. swimming pool on roof top very nice view. (sea view pool) free of charge.Their pool staff take good care of me and my wife. I recommend to stay here Best Western Patong Hotel again.This is good hotel for cheap budget tourists who want great swimming pool at Best Western Patong Hotel and good location.

Had a great stay for the past 4 days at Bestwestern Patong. Close to the mall. Had a quick check in and out. Staff: Had problem connecting to the Wifi on the first day. The staff helped to connect for me after several tries "Aon,Aum". Thanks for perfect service. Room: The room was great, comfortable with nice . Just that occasionally there a few mosquitoes flying in our room. Breakfast: We were enjoys with station egg. Places around the hotel: There are some street vendors selling roadside food opposite the hotel. Had grilled chicken drumstick and it was delicious? Seafood restaurants just a walk away. Around 15 mins walk to Bangla Rd and Jungceylon shopping Centre. Had our all-time favorite's steamboat at MK Restaurant. Able to book your day tours with booths situated in the hotel and outside. Had 1 hour Thai massage nearby for 220 Baht. Overall, a nice and comfortable hotel, RECOMMEND BESTWESTERN PATONG!!!

WOW, Just Wow. I have stayed here before, they remembered me and my choice of room! Fantastic Service still....they had some of the staff from last year still working there, and they all seemed to remember me too. This place should be 5 star, cause thats how they made me feel! 5 STARS! Still love the location, the amenities are always clean, I love the stuff in the mini bar and not too expensive either! I love their breakfast and the Ribs restaurant out the front is AWESOME! Having some dinner and listening to the live music was a fantastic night.

It's number one for a reason.Reasonably priced of the most upmarket Bestwestern Patong a great place to stay. The rooms are modern ,clean,great pillows,comfy beds and quality. Hotels have front desk “Ploy,Kung” the one very helpful and perfect service. They will offer us to express check-out ,we never since before . Good thing for us because we had flight at late night. It's make me can say WOW.

We stayed at Best Western Patong in late April and were totally overwhelmed with the warm atmosphere we received. From the moment we arrived til the moment we checked out we felt the staff at the hotel were doing there utmost to ensure we had a great stay. The hotel and pool cleanliness were to an extremely high standard. They a very generous size rooftop infinity pool with a great view. There was a great selection at the daily breakfast and plenty for everyone. BW Patong is very conveniently located to the beach, Bangla Road, Jungceylon, and the local markets. The hotel is extremely good value and highly recommend the hotel. We will be booking there again when we next next go to Phuket

Only stayed for one nigh at the hotel. The hotel is clean and located close to Bangla Road. The rooms are basic , unfortunately my shower broke , which lead me to believe that the fittings in the hotel are below standard. Food and drinks at the hotel are a little expensive but there are a lot of restaurants outside the hotel, its Patong after all. The staff are also not that friendly, accept on lady who's name I cannot recalled, who assisted us with our baggage. She totally amassing smiling constantly. Whilst I did give the hotel a 3 I would stay here again due to its locality.

I stay May 1 for 5 day was good service. The staffs are very friendly (aon) and helpful ( Fakru). Rooms are very clean. Pool was at the roof top. The location of the hotel is great and very central. Near to night market where you can find sea food and local food at affordable price. 5 mins walk to Jungceylon mall, and 10 mins to Bangla road. Easy to find taxi and tuk tuk. There is a lot of small counter selling Island trip package around this Hotel. If you are boxing lover, the hotel is near to Boxing stadium. There is a lot of convenient shop near to this hotel, 7-Eleven and Family Mart. Overall I was very satisfied of my experience at the hotel.

I personally love this hotel convenient shops nearby, very nice location with a friendly staff, excellent architecture and good breakfast. standard room are very clean and the pool area is amazing. Have no faults it was perfect.

First, all the staff that we had met, no one greet and smile to us, only concierge staff greet and talk to us. The worst part is the front desk staff, never smile to guest, even throw the room key to me when I ask for extra room key, as only one room key provided, it's really inconvenient to us. Really bad service provided by the front desk receptionist. And when we want to check out, i had called to request for late check-out. But the staff answer was no, no late check out with scolding tones. Why can't just inform to me properly? And the WiFi was very slow and keep disconnecting. For the room, the toilet door cannot be lock, and most of the things didn't refill or replace after cleaning such as toiletries, towel, paper napkin and bottled water. And when we first check in, the floor is not clean, there was sands on the floor. The facilities in the room even less than a budget hotel, no slipper, bathrobes and no umbrella in the room and the front desk as well. There are many improvement needed for this hotel and I will never return to this hotel again.

Being at Best western has been a real pleasure, it had money value, nice facilities , excellent attention from the staff. I would truly recommend this hotel to anyone of my friends.. Personally, I enjoy the pool and gym on the 7th floor, the top view is not bad as well.

We stayed at the Bestwestern Patong Phuket for 3 days .Great value for what you get. Probably the best locations in Phuket. Walk out the front of the hotel to the main shopping street. Very nice buffet breakfast.free. Great way to start your day. One of our favorite parts of our vacation. Only a few blocks walk to all the exciting bars, restaurants, shopping, and massage parlors. Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful , welcome (Ploy, Jee , Pakin).

It's all started on end of February when I decided to book hotel for my holiday in patong Thailand stupidly I went to best western hotel web site .that's where my nightmare start the web site showed me 243£ for 8 days between 11 April to 19 of April which I booked.and what big mistake which I hope none of you out there do it.on 11 of April I went to the hotel and first thing they told me was we didn't charge your card on February they charge me 348£On 11th April it like I never booked my stay and I am paying the full price.that's what I call scam by best western hotel.when I contacted the office in England they put me on waiting for 12 minuets I contacted them 5 time but at end they give me a number in America which is wrong number.best western company is big money making scam please don't fall for it and learn from me .now about the hotel I come to my room and air conditioning doesn't work bugs all over the wall.there are so many Chinese in the swimming pool I couldn't even go inside so rode noisy I just decided forget about swimming pool.please don't believe those good reviews I think they are fake.the worth part is I have to stay here another 5 days but you have choice just not to book it.

My in laws stayed here and loved it. Great hotel which is budget friendly. The best thing is that it is located near Jungceylon Mall and a lot of night market and shopping options. There is a good selection of food for breakfast as well.

Hello readers, A great excuse to stay in Patong. As someone who knows a bit Phuket I thought to book 2 rooms at the Bestwestern Patong Phuket. My reasons were the following: - Located close with Bangla Road - Located near a Shopping Mall which - Nightclub . I have to say that I am not disappointed at all as I was able to enjoy above three points, however I will highlight some "details" to have into consideration in case you have very high expectations: Check in was Friendly and Quite Fast. I have to say that the room wasn't bad as bedding was comfortable, clean and smell like brand new. The other facility within the hotel we visited was the Mana restaurant for the included Breakfast. Nothing special but cool. Parking is very convenient as is Free. Once again, all staff was attentive, perfect service from Reception, Room Service, and Housekeeping, along other. If I have to stay again I will most likely stay at Best Western Patong again.

On checking in - very good service(Aon , Jea,Pakin), a welcome. Our rooms were clean, spacious, balcony, quiet, large bathroom. . Room Service great. Buffet Breakfast unbelievable. Pool bar great, Delicious cocktails. A birthday cake provided for our daughter's birthday which was a surprise. Staff always smiling, friendly happy to please. We will be back!

one of the best hotel in patong area , 2 minutes walking to the mall , 10 minutes to the beach . many restaurants around , the staff is great . . the swimming pool on the roof is fantastic . the price comparing to services is excellent.

A very nice hotel in many ways.....only need is for more English speaking stations... Its a bit far from the beach but close to the shopping mall... Bit noisey if near the front rooms but quiet acceptable .

Stayed here for 1 night, great location and has a cute little pool on the roof. Very close to bangla street (around 5 mins walk), patong beach 10 minute and jungeceylon mall. Staff were amazing and really friendly. Especially Aon and Mo. Bellman (Fahku) very helpfull. next time i will come to stay wiith your hotel again. Good value for money!

Stayed at the Best western Patong for 2 nights. The hotel is truly in keeping with international standards. The rooms are clean and luxurious. Bathrooms are well mainted and superb. The hotel staff were extremely professional, willing to help and really great. The hotel is situated walking distance to the night life and other hot spots. Made my stay in Phuket worthwhile. Loved it. Thank you for making My trip to Phuket memorable.

Stayed here for 5 days with my wife, LOVED IT. The location is amazing, the hotel itself is amazing as well. Yes, I was a bit concerned when they asked to take a copy of my credit card, but being such a big chain I highly doubt anyone's card details will be misused. Besides this, the breakfast was really good and pretty reasonable considering the prices at good restaurants in phuket. Will definitely visit again.

The hotel is very nice & clean with good service especially the room reservation manager. They helped me a lot when i have trouble in airport & are flexible with my stay changes there. They assist & solve my prob. Reception is very prompt especially make up, staff is friendly, very support and overall stand by to service anytime anything what's you want. Overall i like the scenery, service & room. Prices of the hotel a bit steep but it can be quite worth if compare the convenient of shopping & service. Actually staying there at the 6th floor. Check in was long, they also take credit card print as deposit, so basically you give your card information, it would be better to propose a cash deposit for choices. Only 2 elevators for large number of people. Overall the room is ok with ikea style decoration. Poor amenities in bathroom, only 1 soap and 1 small shower & shampoo bottle. No toothbrush, comb, Q-tips.... My partner had been locked in bathroom at 2am, we spend 30 minutes to try to unlock the door, then someone was sent to open it after I called. Open but not fix. What would happen if a solo traveler? Locked in bathroom until next afternoon when Housekeeper will make up the room? All rooms are non smoking, have balcony also forbidden to smoke and actually the windows are locked, so it's not accessible. 2 Smoking areas, 1 outside the hotel near the car park under the sun, 1 at the 7th floor also under the sun and closed at evening :( not cleaned regularly. A lot of groups in the hotel, so be ready to be awake at 6.30am as many guests shout in the corridors. Then after a while you will heard the maids chatting loudly.... Breakfast very basic, no cold cut nor cheese, pastries are tasteless, fruits were not sweet, fruits salad made by the same fruits + red dragon and orange juice, means very sour. Cracked salt and pepper shakers. After people left, the waitresses clean the tables putting their fingers inside used glasses, and chatting most of the time. Roof top, the swimming pool is nice but no umbrella nor shadow parts, with black wooden floor which is foot burning. The girl at the bar is unfriendly and doesn't like to be disturbed while she play on phone. No management visible in any departments. Overall not a good stay, careless, no eyes for details, operations not well driven. I'm myself in hospitality in South Thailand nearby phuket, my resort might be not reputed as Best Western is but we do care our guests journey.

I've been staying in this hotel for about 4D3N and really enjoyed it. Room nice size, clean and neat.The rooftop pool is lovely, Wi-Fi good in rooms.The location is centrally located, very near to the beach(Walking distance for about 10 minute), also near baanzan market and yes it's easy for us to explore and walk around even at night. Friendly faces of all staff made our stay highly enjoyable; especially front dest (Ploy and Aon) were very nice and good help full.

Excellent hotel, good choice of breakfast, close to beach and bars, room was cleaned every day, the only reason I gave this hotel 4out of 5 is that the pool is dangerous, very slippy tiled steps with very sharp edges, on entering the pool nothing to hold onto, my husband did slip on our second day was very badly bruised and in pain for the rest of the holiday on a daily basis we either saw or was told of other people who had slipped and hurt themselves

We total took 16 rooms for 3 nights and we are glad we took this hotel as we were only Friends it was ease of going out and coming back to bangla street any time as it was 10mins walk...Hotel Close to 7 eleven n Family Mart Food options available near by...Only thing is despite making early check in request none of rooms were given early n some rooms were handed late till 3.30..also there was some confusion on Guest Charges which also sorted when our agent mailed... last advice Very Good Property to Stay Nice Location but while booki g take everything in written from EVERY hotel... If visit Phuket Again definitely gonna stay there again...

We stayed at this hotel in March12-21,2018 . This hotel is very well located with the beach and the area with all the hustle and bustle being only 5-10 mins away.Upon arrival the check in process was smooth and pretty much as expected. Loved to stay here! Our stay at the Bestwestern Patong! The hotel was nice and modern, rooms, clean and presented well! , breakfast so nice. The hospitality is exceptional, Staff are very friendly, spacially Ice,Badong, hes the best! , very helpful at anytime, and will always see the smile on there faces, specially the girl who clean our room everyday, she was so nice.The balconies were really narrow and could barely fit us out on it! Considering we are two small for 3 girls, there's not much space!

Stayed here for a night while on business. Check in was speedily attended to & the room was both spacious & clean. Based on the aesthetics, there must have been a recent renovation. While the room was decent, breakfast was a very simple affair which served merely to fill the stomach and nothing more.... given the offerings around Patong, I would venture that it's a fairly good deal based on the price.

This hotel is fairly new and its in a good location as its about 8 to 10 mins walk from Bangla Rd with all the bars clubs and nightlife. The rooms are small compared to a number of other hotels in Patong and in Asia the beds are all firm and some are rock hard. The beds here are certainly on the harder side of things and this makes it hard for a good nights rest. The shower has reasonable pressure, however the towels are very poor quality tatty and feel like a mild sandpaper which is poor. There is a tiny balcony which is useless as there is no view and its so narrow you can barely stand out on it and defiantly could not sit on it and relax. The house keeping here is very poor and they never clean the toilets, they dont replace the soap or toilet paper and I would give housekeeping 2 out of 10 compared to many others around. The location is good but this place needs a wake up call as the housekeeping is terrible and there are many other places for a similar price or cheaper nearby that simply leave this place for dead in housekeeping and a number of other factors. There are far better value hotels around where you get better value for money and more comfortable rooms

A newish hotel and location is quite good with it being only a short walk from the night life and Bangla Rd The rooms are small compared to a number of other rooms I've stayed at in Thailand . In Asia the beds are firm compared to western standards and some much more so than others and this one certainly is on the hard side. I found the beds very firm and the pillows hard and uncomfortable. The shower has a rain fall head and a handheld wand and the shower pressure was ok but the annoying thing was the temp kept going hot and cold all of the time. The towels are very poor quality and the lighting in the bathroom is very dim and rather inadequate. The housekeeping is very poor. Staff do not replace soap, shampoo or toilet paper and they don't clean the toilet. Totally unacceptable in a hotel. The housekeeping is sub standard and is totally inadequate. The TV is hopeless for English-speaking people as there is only about four channels which all repeated news channels which repeat over and over every couple of hours every day. The selection of channels is atrocious. They have free wi fi in the lobby and in the rooms & there's free tee & coffee and a jug to boil water in your room. The fridge is a small but works well and keeps things at a good temperature unlike some that team too make it impossible to keep things cold. The rooms are advertise with a balcony which is misleading as its a very narrow balcony that is about 30 cm wide so you cant go out and sit on it and there was no view to look at so it was disappointing. The rooms and bedding is clean and the location of the hotel is very good as it's only one block away from Bangla road yet it's far enough away to avoid all the noise and hustle and bustle from the nightclubs and strip shows. The hotel is ok but housekeeping is very poor and you can do a lot better for money in surrounding areas. However I will say you can get a good sleep here as its far enough away from Bangla Rd so as you dont hear the doof doof music going right through the night from the night life. There are much better value for money hotels in the area.

Patong has changed significantly since my previous visit there and it is now more crowded than ever and catering to a different market, at least in the November/December season. Best Western is located in a convenient place, away from the noise of Bangla Road and right next to the evening market and Jungceylon Mall. It is reasonably priced for a 3.5-star hotel. It's clean and functional, with all the necessary amenities. Staff are quite friendly and the doorman,the lady at the tour desk and one f the trainees at the front desk were especially friendly.

We recently stayed here for 5 nights. Rooms where fairly nice and clean, and staff where great. Reasonable prices for food and drinks. Location was perfect as it was 2 or 3 minutes walk from Bangla Road (main bar strip) and several food markets. We went on several excursions which we booked directly from the hotel conveige downstairs (avoid holiday rep as their prices where double anywhere else for the same trip).

We arrived late afternoon and check in took around 10 minutes. A bell boy took us to our room and we were amazed for service .A very polite and almost excellent service. Our view of the top pool nice. Our favorites being the reception (Nang,tae,Mo)as it was friendly, good take and smile.. I honestly think that anyone that complains about the minor details should just stay home. Breakfast was very busy unless you went early and let's fact it, if you're on holidays you want to sleep in. And most of them have limited English but remember you are in THEIR country, if that's going to be a problem for you stay in yours! We had a wonderfully time and would go back in a heartbeat.

From the moment we were picked up from airport phuket was a great thrill for me. Bestwestern Patong looked after us in every way. Super friendly and helpful staff to great facilities including beautiful swimming pools and the most amazing buffet breakfast. Sitting in the pool bar drinking a thai beer was great. Lovely modern and spacious rooms and lots of smiling friendly staff would always greet you. the most beautiful people i have ever met are thai. loved the hotel, loved the country, loved the people, loved the culture. i will be back next year. Stayed in for just two nights. Check in was chaotic! No proper restaurant for lunch and dinner. Some type of burger grill. The food was awful! The room was adequate and nothing to write home about! Thankfully our stay was for just two nights!

I stayed there for four nights in January 2018. My experience is summarized below. Pros: New property, Good location. Patong beach, Bangla Road are at walking distance. Neat and clean. It is close to many restaurants, Jungceyon shopping mall and 7-11 store. Breakfast spread was good and staff in restaurants were very helpful. CONS: Staff at reception mainly two ladies behaved very rudely. I asked for tea and creamer and they refused and told that sufficient supply was given. I experienced this for the first time and this too in a four star category hotel. Language is a big issue. I think reception should be manned by people comparatively fluent in English. Rooms are very small. In this hotel they do not have separate no. for housekeeping. You have to route it through reception and hence service is delayed. There should be a separate housekeeping no. I had earlier stayed at Ramada, Karon Beach and had a comparatively better experience. Here, they need to improve service like house keeping and behaviour of staff at reception.

Had 10 nights at this hotel in January and cannot fault it. The location is great walking distance to beach and shops. Roof top pool, gym, breakfast, wifi and rooms were all great. Amazing staff so happy and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Check-in was smooth. We received a room on a high floor, far from the elevator, far away from the front street, as we asked for. A/C worked excellent. The rainfall shower was awesome! However, our room was on the same floor as the swimming pool. As they keep the door open to the swimming pool all the time, the sound echoes all the way down the hallway, all the time. When the pool finally closes at 8pm, we thought we would have a break from the noise. But no, sounds of people talking and doors slamming reverberate down the hallway all night long. This is because the halls don't have carpet to dampen the sound, and the doors do not close softly. Something really needs to be done about this! We wanted to like the breakfast. We really did. We are not picky people. But this breakfast was not good at all. The lineup for eggs was usually 10 Chinese people deep, and when you finally did get your eggs, there was nowhere to sit. Fried rice was gross, French toast was ice cold, no bacon, no ham, no peanut butter for toast. These are 3 items of international standard. I understand why they don't have them, because the Chinese people are like vultures here. We only had breakfast at BW twice in one week, too crowded, restaurant too small. We chose to go out and eat, even though we had to pay for it. Also, the elevators were stifling hot! Hard to breathe. Can't imagine if one ever got stuck. This is a pretty important safety issue in my eyes. A few bright spots here. Siriwan at the tour desk was very helpful, and got us an affordable tour to Phi-Phi islands. She took care of everything, and was so nice and pleasant. Also, the swimming pool was quite nice to relax and have a drink and a snack during happy hour. We will not be staying at Best Western Patong again, due to the excessive noise from the other low class guests who seem to have no etiquette. It's pretty bad when you have to sleep with earplugs, and you still can't sleep because it's too loud. Very unfortunate.

Swasdee Best Western Patong. We had a great time at this property during Last week of Jan'18. We zeroed upon this hotel on the basis of Tripadvisor ratings and glad we did it. It is really one of the “Best” in Patong. Firstly excellent location. Bangla road, Jungceylon Mall, Banzaan Fresh Market, Food Street all are within minutes' walk. Numbers of seven eleven stores, Massage parlors, Pharmacies are in vicinity. Apart from the location the hospitality of the Staffs are really praiseworthy. Got a warm welcome upon check in and during our stays we got all the help from the staffs whenever required. Our allotted room was with two separate beds, they joined to make it large one once requested. All the staffs were lively and friendly. A special mention required of Madam Siriwan of front travel desk. She was of so much help, though we did not make booking our island trips through hotel, she personally inquired and ensured our timely pick up by the vehicles. Breakfast spread was good and tasty. Room was clean and size was ok. The rooftop pool was excellent and we enjoyed it very much. Really I have not found any major flaws in this property. Many reviewers have mentioned of Chinese guests, yes they were majority of the occupants in this hotel but they found to be quite polite and gentle. Many people mentioned of water clogging at the bathrooms, yes that is an issue but trivial one. But they can think over providing at least the combs & dental kit in the rooms and quality of Bathroom towels may be improved. Over all a very nice experience. Thank you all the staffs of Best Western Patong to make our trip memorable one. Definitely recommended and will plan to visit again.

This was a great experience close to the center of patong beach.mall was great,be beach also close.the front desk staff and bell hops we're very efficient and promptly answered all all questions. We also enjoyed the restaurants.The waitresses helped my wife get some food pellets so she could feed the Koi fish that swam around the most. Very cool!! The rooftop pool offered a great view of the strip. We would definitely stay again.

The Best Western Patong Beach is a reasonably new hotel but has a number of issues and subsequently doesn't really come up to scratch. After reading some reviews I thought we would give it a try but I can only say the people who wrote the good reviews don't have much experience in travel as this hotel doesn't come up to scratch for the money The rooms are small as far as the size of rooms in most Thailand hotels are concerned. The beds very firm and the pillows hard and uncomfortable. The shower has a rain fall head and a handheld wand and the shower pressure is average and is very inconsistent and keeps going hot and cold all of the time. The towels are poor quality and the lighting in the bathroom is very dim so very awkward for someone trying to shave or for girls trying to put on makeup. The housekeeping is very poor and they do not replace soap, shampoo or toilet paper and they don't clean the toilet. The housekeeping staff need a good wake-up and a kick in the pants as the job they perform is totally inadequate. The TV is hopeless for English-speaking people as there is only about four channels which all repeated news channels which repeat over and over every couple of hours every day. The selection of channels is atrocious. The swimming pool is kept reasonably clean but again there was issues with housekeeping as there is no one out at the pool with towels until 11 a.m. therefore you have to go down to reception and try and get a towel while they are checking people in and out. The glass surrounds around the swimming pool are filthy and has not been cleaned in weeks. The pool area is pleasant and the pool temperature is good There's free wi fi in the lobby and in the rooms & there's free teen coffee and a jug available in the room. The fridge is a small by fridge but keeps things at a good temperature unlike some that team too make it impossible to keep things cold. The balcony??? Is a tiny balcony you can barely stand on its not contusive to sitting out on and relaxing that is not possible The rooms and bedding is clean and the location of the hotel is very good as it's only one block away from Bangla road yet it's far enough away to avoid all the noise and hustle and bustle from the nightclubs and strip shows. My overall impression is the hotel is clean and in a very good location and is okay for a couple of nights but housekeeping and a number of issues make this place fair to average at best.

We spent three nights at this hotel. There were positive and negative points. Overall it was relaxing, nice, tidy and worth the money. It is located in the middle of the city. 5 minutes walk to walking street. Everything is near the hotel so no need for taking a taxi except for city tours. Breakfast was acceptable. Omlets were delicious. Nice staff in the restaurant. Wi-Fi had a good quality except for disconnection gaps especially at nights.

This was my second stay “Really nice hotel, staff very friendly and helpful ( Mr.Ice,Badong,Tey,Ms.Hum & All Team ) I have 23 night stay @ Best Western Patong location was be excellent as other reviewers have mentioned very close to the night life shopping and the beach all in easy walking distance. Perfect rooms as they were clean & cosy like home. Perfect security as I felt secure staying there.

My wife and myself had a great holiday for our 3 year wedding anniversary at this great hotel. The management and staffs are very professional, polite and very attentive. The food was great with lots of varieties for all age groups. We are looking forward coming back to this hotel with our family. Great job.

I would like to say that good experienced from your hotel with colleagues. I've stayed with my family by Hana tour. Housekeeper who work on 6th floor so nice with kindness. First thing, we requested extra Key card because we needs extra Keycard. My uncle stayed with my grandmas but sometimes he had to go to outside for smoke. That's why we requested extra keycard. Is it true? ..1 room provide 1 key ?.. i don't think so.. That's why we made some noisy whole floor. I'm apologize for another guest on 6th floor. Another thing is made me more upset. When i checked out for my family rooms, i've checked Minibar with smoking fee by rooms and i said to your colleagues “ Can i see the combine bill ? “ and then your staff (Kh. Kkao?) show me amount on calculator “ 2,787 “. I felt some strange why is it too much... and then i requested again “Can i get combine bill ?” And he stolen calculator , show me again the bill. You know, price is 2,169(something). And i just knew he tried to tricky from Korean people. And i just complained to your manager, she is a Duty manager, she told me that “your so mean, this amount is correct, he didn't do it” something like that... you know i can speak English and Thai as well. But Kh. Kkao (he is look ladyboy) spoke to slang like “E- sak/sat”. I realized that Many Koreans came to your hotel, they thought we can speak english same as Chinese, action like do it..... it's not good at all.... To. General manager I don't know your foreigner or Local. But you should training for your colleagues. This not hotel service. Kh. Kkao have to work from outside, duty manager as well. NO RESPONSIBILITY.!!!!!!!!

I stayed at best western patong for 3 nights at the end of my trip and it was great. All the staff were helpful and the hotel itself was lovely.The rooms were really clean and actually had a proper shower for once. The rooftop pool was so nice and the happy hour deals were cheap. The staff here are lovely, especially mr wut & mr pakin. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be back

We stayed two nights and we extended another three nights because we loved it! room were clean, with lots of thoughtful facilities such as self serviced ice machine free take away cups at breakfast for those catching earlier flights. Powerful air conditioning making us slept very comfortably. Staffs were friendly and close to town. Very relax and would love to go back sometime soon!

Situated in the heart of Patong. Junceylon mall , Patong beach, lot of restaurants and pubs are easily accessible by a few metres of walk. Best western Patong beach is a comfortable hotel with a decent restaurant. There's no AC in the waiting lounge, restaurant and reception area. That's seriously something I really disliked about this place given that Phuket is humid all round the year. Rooms are comfortable and quite small. Indeed well maintained and tidy. The bed is comfy for a good sleep after long flight hours. There's a small balcony too.. no great views though. Room service is good. There were a lot of Indians in our hotel at Bangkok but here we found almost none. But the breakfast buffet spread is good for vegetarians. There are a few Indian restaurants nearby as well like Madras cafe, Indian curry club etc.

The hotel is very close to the walking street and main market so you will get alot of options for food. Rooms were nice but balcony was very small. The hotel is miniacally strict about non smoking. I dumped an empty cigarette box in the room's dustbin and they ended up charging me TBH 1000 for this. I didn't smoke in the room just dumped the empty box. Hospitality is not up to the mark. I left my key once in the room and it took couple of visits to reception to get the room opened. Breakfast was average.

I want to give my special thanks to MIGURL, PLOY, AON and all the other staff for making my visit enjoyable, but extra thanks to my room attendant of the 7th floor SUPHITRA, to the lovely and helpful PAKIN (HAMZA) , and the most helpful and smiling face lady SIRIWAN. With them my holiday was much better. Also thanks a lot to MR/ JAY for my birthday cake and for all the help he gave when I needed. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL THE BEST WESTERN FAMILY.

Having done extensive searching and comparisons with other hotels, I picked this hotel finally and I absolutely made an excellent choice. This was my first time to bring with my 21-month baby travelling overseas and what I needed was that the hotel near Jungceylon as my baby goes to restaurants there to have his meals. All the staff is really nice. They greeted and said hello to us when we went out and came back to the hotel every time. Staff in the front desk is friendly and helpful too. They had lovely smiles all the time. They even proactively asked your opinions about their services and the hotel. The staff (Aun,ploy) of the front desk played with my son patiently. We really do appreciate their services.

Full marks for location, the hotel is barely a 5 minutes walk from walking street and 8-10 minutes from main area of Patong Beach. Bars, restaurants, pubs start bang opposite the hotel, you will never need a cab! If you are going to Phuket, this is the area to be staying in. The other good thing is the rooftop pool, small but pleasant, nicely done with a bar. The place is generally clean. Breakfast is well laid out and had a lot of variety. Please note few rooms would face the main road and could get noisy and disturbing in the night, but if you enjoy the hustle bustle and the lights, like we did, no issues else you could ask for a room not facing the road. However, service leaves a lot to be desired. Basic service attitude is missing, they won't even smile at you, housekeeping would forget to clean properly. Small ant armies could be found in the room. But I think they can do a lot to inculcate basic service elements. Example - at the breakfast table they will notice you are standing looking for a place, but won't help or pretend not having seen you. Like I said smile would be rare. Also, please be sure that you check the minibar, they charged us 95 Bahts for a chocolate we never consumed, it's not about the money, I paid so much for two rooms for 4 nights in the peak season, no hotel would not believe you if you tell them you didn't consume it! But they insisted. In summary, they need serious training intervention. Net net, lovely and convenient location, decent hotel. But I would give three stars because of my service experience.

We booked for 2 nights and were with a kid. The only thing good about this hotel is it's location. Worst thing? Actually many. Topmost was that the bathroom area has very poor drainage. During our entire stay the bathroom would get flooded every time we used it. Even the sink gets overflowing whenever used. Complained at front desk many times but nothing was done other than blatant lies that it has been fixed. Finally they accepted and told us that it's a problem in all the rooms due to some slope issue in the drainage system of the hotel. Refer attached pics. Next, the lock in bathroom doesn't work. Traveling with kids? Avoid it. Another bad part of this hotel is it's breakfast. Most of the things got over well before the breakfast ending time. Every day, at least during our stay. And the staff couldn't care less. All they had to say was “finished”. Unapologetically. Final word, we regret staying here.

Close to everything. Jungceylon mall, Bangla walking street all within 10 mins walk away. The beach is a little further along Bangla road, but not very far. Lots of shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars in the close vicinity. Seems to be a very popular hotel with tourists. Hotel building is modern. Hotel room was modern and clean. I enjoyed my stay here. There is a tour desk on the ground floor by the reception. They are very useful to book day tours to many sites and taxi booking to airport. Good quality, well located, clean hotel at reasonable price. All good

The location of the hotel is a major plus. A walk across the road through the famous Bangla street takes you to Patong beach. Coming to the hotel itself , though the views are nothing great, some rooms look out to staff washrooms of neighbouring property. If you are travelling with a child you may opt for Joint twin beds instead of a double bed. The joint twin beds will give you at least 30%extra bed space. Reception staff not the most welcoming. Some even showed visible displeasure when we wanted to change our allotted room. Breakfast spread was OK . Breakfast starts early at around 6 am as with majority of Phuket and Krabi hotels. The rooftop pool was good and my little one had a great time there. Overall OK if you don't mind the smaller points.

We have been here for one week, during Christmas and I can say that it worth the money. First I want to start with Siriwan, the lady that sits at the desk on the right side (the desk with all the island trips), she simply deserves all the 5 stars from this review. We booked all trips with her at a very good price, and beside this service, she was very helpful with advices and has taken really good care for us. I HIGHLY recommend her if you stay here!!! She is THE BEST! The hotel is situated very central, few minutes walk from Bangla Street, 7 elevens and everything you would want to try in Patong (massages, restaurants, food market which is really good). There was a great variety for breakfast which we really loved here. The pool is nice, but we have been there only once as almost everyday we went visiting something. One bad thing here are the Chinese people, who could be really annoying and loud. There were quite many in this period. Anyway, everywhere in Phuket is full of them and nobody enjoys them, so I believe this problem is everywhere.

The location is amazing, 30 meters away from the beach, 15 minutes walking away from all the night life. The price is very accessible considering the prices in Phuket. All the facilities are very nice, the bed is so comfortable, the air conditioning works pretty well, the shower has very good pressure. All the staff is good serviced (Pakin, Tae ,Kel). The breakfast is free, it was not my taste but is enough for starting the day. If we come back to Phuket, this hotel will be our only option.

clean hotel with excellent service.. very busy specially asian families and couples.. Close to one the nice shopping malls where you find many coffee shops and wine shops etc.. food is nice.. close also to the busy night life street and Arabic restaurants.. the view in some rooms is amazing.,

This is the worst airport I have ever experience--by far. Long slow lines, terrible signage everywhere. United told me my luggage was checked through to BKK. It was not. (United's fault.) No adequate signs to luggage carousels. Etc. etc. I'll never transit through Shanghai again.

Stayed here for 5 days. Room was very nice with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. Booked a room which included breakfast and the breakfast was good. There is a nice pool on the roof which is excellent for swimming laps

Good hotel 5 min walk from Bangla Road breakfast not great but I never got a good breakfast in my whole month in Thailand ,clean rooms, nice pool, pleasant staff, decent food, Internet wasn't great do. I'd definitely stay again.

Best Western Patong is far from being perfect: it already looks tired and needs to be refurbished; the room is not immaculate. In the end, Best Western is not a luxury hotel brand. The room is quite spacious; the bathroom is nice; the shower has a very good water pressure. It has a nice swimming pool on the roof top. The breakfast is not bad either. In particular, its location is excellent. The shopping mall named Jungceylon is just around the corner. The Patong beach is easily accessible from the hotel. What can I ask for more? I would recommend this hotel to budget conscious travelers like me who still want some level of comfort and ambiance.

We were at the hotel for 11 days, it was very nice to stay. the employers are very helpful and they are always smiling. the room are clean, nothing to complain. breakfast also good. Nice pool on the roof and quite. the place is perfect if you wanna stay here in patong, everything's close.

We stayed at BEST WESTERN Patong Beach for 4 nights. Absolutely good value for money, great service. Located in the central area, it is convenient to walk around to see. The hotel itself is new. Our room on the 6th floor, the view can not see a lot, but the room was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast, very many choices.Panda bus site is very convenient to buy 5-day ticket 10 yuan minivan to Karon, Kata, duty-free shops. it is recommended near NO.6, really suitable for Chinese tastes, many people line up, but will not row for a long time. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. We stayed here for 4 nights 3 rooms and it was the most enjoyable holiday we've had in a long time! The staff were excellent,clean room, average breakfast, friendly staff (Aon, Hum, Pim, Ploy and bellman name Neang, Peaw), very fast check out.Near Jungceylon and Bangla street and famous local restaurant NO.6 (Chinese food), just walk about 10 minute. Thank you for everthing.

We arrived on Thanksgiving Day after spending a week in Bangkok. The staff has been fabulous. I want to extend a special thanks to Nitchaporn, Kriwut, Mein, Neng, Toh, Tangmo and Pawat . For the excellent service they provided for me and my friends. Any request was answered and if they didn't know the answer, they went above and beyond to find the answer. The hotel is beautiful and the location cannot be beat. Spacious rooms, love the shower head and the elevators are quiet and quick. As an American with a big suitcase, I would love to see a dresser placed in the room, so there is adequate room to put your clothes and you're not living out of a suitcase. The breakfast had a lot of options and Mana restaurant had a nice selection of Thai and international foods. So you could find a taste of home if you wanted. The BW is a great place to stay while in Phuket.

We were a party of 8 friends and family traveling together. We eere checked in quickly and politely by the very friendly front desk staff in the plesant open air lobby with adjacent restaurant. Uponarriving in our deluxe queen room, we noted how comfortable the bed was and a nice roomy shower with instant hot water. The complimentary breakfast had many more options than many other Best Westerns including a made to order omelet. Location was fantastic. Just a block or so off the beach and 'strip' with adult night life options. There is a concierge who has all info on local tour options. We found the swimming pool more than adequare size with great sunset views. The elevator came quickly. Room clenliness awesome. I would like to compliment Nitechaporn, Kwiwut, Mein, Neng, Toh, Tangmo and Pawat for their kind attention. My apologies if the spelling is not accurate.

The location is good with less than 5 mins walk to the start of Bangla st. and about 10 mins to the beach. The hotel is just off a main street so supermarkets, atms, restaurants and massage places are all on your doorstep. The room was spacious with a nice walk in shower and all the amenities you would expect including a fridge, safe, coffee / tea and two free bottles of water daily. The only downsides for me was that I found the bed very hard (but that's a personal thing), and a poor selection of tv channels with only a couple in English. Some other reviewers mentioned noise but I stayed in mid November and had a room on the 7th floor which was quiet. At time of booking I asked for a quiet room on a high floor and the hotel kindly obliged by also giving me a room at the end of the corridor away from the lift. My booking didn't include breakfast which was charged at 300 TBH which was good value compared to having breakfast at a cafe or restaurant instead. There was a reasonable selection of western and Asian options and a chef on hand to cook eggs to order. There's also the Mana smokehouse Restaurant with an all you can eat offer for 399 TBH. I was surprised that not many people ate there as the prices and food were reasonable although there's a limited range on the menu. I used the Gym on the 7th floor next to the pool. It's air conditioned and the equipment includes a cross trainer, running machine and bike. They also have dumbbells up to 20kg in 2kg jumps, an adjustable bench and cable station with pull up bar, but no rope or bar attachments, just single handles. It was open until 8 pm. It was fine for a quick workout but if you want more facilities go to Maximum Fitness which is the best gym in Patong with excellent equipment (although pricey at 400 BHT for a workout). The pool is small and generally if you wanted a lounger you needed to arrive early. Other helpful amenities included a couple of pcs in reception with a printer, but they weren't really used as WiFi worked fine. In summary I think the hotel is a good option if you don't have a strong need for a large pool.

Our first time at Best Western Patong. This is a brand new hotel with good location, we didn't need a tuk tuk for anything everything for us was within a ten minute walk to the beach, 300 m from the night life & Night markets and shopping areas. The room was lovely and the cleaning staff are also fantastic. The staff (Aon and Ploy) at the lobby were very friendly. We had a wonderful holiday and will be going back again. It is so lovely to have the staff always have a ready smile and greeting. Loved it.

I stayed this hotel during my vacation in July, the hotel is look new, clean and beautiful, During my stayed Ms.Pinky help me a lot with information and solve all my problems that i had during stay. everything is great in over all, only to noisy during the night cuz all Chinese tourist making the noise all night long, I can hear their noise clearly even my room is quite far from them, all so in the gym, I recommended to bring you own headphone cuz they opened low ambient music in the gym that make you sleepy instead of alert you and this hotel very close to all important landmark in Patong Strongly recommended

Stayed here from 16th Nov 2017 for 5 nights and it was simply a fantastic stay. Staff were always smiling and friendly and ready to help. From the bell guys that will great each guests each time the leave or return to the hotel. All front desk staff had customer service (Pakin, Nung,Wut, Peal, Aon,kung) Room was always clean, location very good too. I was actually sick day before I left and there was a clinic (tourist clinic) just around next road.The front desk staff even offer to call the doctor for me but I decided to walk over instead. I would highly recommend Best Western Patong to all and I can't wait to be back again. This property really got it right.. to the management and a big thank you too all the wonderful staff..

We were in Phuket for BEST WESTERN PATONG were the perfect place to stay. Huge hotel, very modern, and very clean and stylish. and a nice normal balcony for a beverage. Nice small pool on rope top, when you want to keep cool. Very friendly staff. Great location, close to the beach, shopping more, and to the night life, but far enough away if you want to get away from it all. Highly recommend, I know we will be back!

Stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed it very much. Location is excellent, within walking distance of the beach, shopping centers, restaurants and markets. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet, pool is lovely, only downside is that the pool closes at 8pm which is too early, other than that it is a brilliant hotel and staff are so friendly

While at Best Western Patong we stayed in a hotel room with balcony. The room was clean and roomy for myself. The bathroom was a little dated but clean. The staff were always friendly and attentive to all our needs, they always said good morning and made us feel very relaxed. Breakfast was always lovely and there was always plenty of food and choices. We booked a couple of day trips with the tour desk at the hotel and tour desk staff were always very friendly and tried to get us the best deal. The amenities were great. The pools were clean and tidy and pool staff were there to attend to our requirements without being in your face. The grounds of the hotel were always well looked after, clean and very relaxing. We loved the location of the hotel as it was close to the main shopping area of Patong but still fairly quiet. Loved that there was a Joceylon near the hotel, and a good selection of eating places within a couple of minutes walk of the hotel. We were so impressed with the hotel (as this was our first trip to Thailand) that we are organizing another trip back there this year.

We have just returned from the Best Westren Patong Hotel, me and my daughter had a fabulous holiday we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was excellent. THE ROOMS - We stayed in the Superior room, this room was overlooking the window on the side, we had dressing gowns, slippers, they had flannels, toothbrushes, and hairdryer, toothpaste,shampoo and shower gel. They had tea and coffee facilities and a fridge and free two water everyday, the room was large and cleaned thoroughly every day. THE HOTEL - and grounds are lovely its position is very good, its central, you hav'nt got far to walk to the beach its on the doorstep so to speak, the grounds are lovely they well go to the pool area is clean and the pool is lovely. THE STAFF -Mr.Mikal and Ms.ploy they are curteous and helpful, their English is'nt very good on reception but they will help you all they can. The waiters and waitresses are very courteous and attentive and the service is good. THE FOOD - Mmm the breakfasts are brilliant you've got everything you could wish for full English,every fruit imaginable, danish pastries, yogurts, juices, you certainly wont be dissappointed. You wont be dissappointed with your stay its great value, the prices ar'nt bad in the hotel, we had room service a few times. Been here for a family vacaytion and a lil trip for my mom 60th birthday room is very clean and bed very comfy just the bed is quit small if u have a 1 child with you..the location is great also just a 10mins walk from jungceylon mall 10mins to bagla road also ang just a minute walk from all the resto..wat i like about here is the receptionist they are very nice and helpful..wil surely recomend this to our friends nd surely will be back...

My girlfriend and I thought about having a relaxing holiday in Phuket. However, we planned for just a short trip and thought that it would not make financial sense if we were out of our hotel for most of the time. The obvious choice was Bestwestern Patong, given its good reputation, convenience and honestly for me, it represented the best value for money. It's a bit of a walk to the bustling night streets in Patong beach, but food and massage parlous are easily accessible within 5 minutes of walking time. Checking in and out was also a breeze and the staff is very patient and good English speakers they can advise more information in phuket (Fon,Keal,Poly).The bell boy"Pakin, Wut very polite and good service also. I would highly recommend it for travellers who are looking for affordable accommodation without scrimping on the quality of amenities. It's not a 5 star hotel, but you are guaranteed to have a good shower and sleep after all the fun you've had in Phuket.

It was a good place for night life. We found many pub&restaurant here. It's not difficult to find someting to eat, like seafoods, minimart, also shopping malls. It's better to plan before you go. Please check weather before you're planning because there are 2 seasons here, summer and raining.

I've been staying in Best western Patong around the world and they are all the same which is efficiently fabulous in Service and Location! This hotel also fell into that category which i can assure you, has one of the best location in Patong! It's not really on the crowded and noisy part of Patong or at the quite past of Patong. It's really centrally located and u can get to anywhere easily. The room was also fantastic in par with brand standard. It is very clean. The free Wi-Fi in the room was fast and furious. And the swimming pool was OK. Last but not least, The front desk " Aon , Mikel ,Pakin,Wut even that friendly, helpful looks great and greet you every time.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Great location: 10 metres from the shoping mall & that too on the cleaner and staff very helpful name as Mo,Ploy ,Aun. Excellent service. Overall a great property at an excellent location.

Lovely property - Great location The Best Western Hotel Resort is an awesome place to stay. The location is amazing. You are walking distance from Bangala street and can go there for all the action in the city. If you love food you just need to get on Ban Zaan and walk down the street next to it. You will be amazed at the options. The hotel pool is also great and the staff Ploy,Mikel,Tae and Mo really helpful.Talk to the staff there to help you with sight seeing options.The beach is also walking distance about 10 minutes. If you enjoy sea food try the restaurants outside the hotel.

There are not enough words to describe how wondeful our experience here was. The staff Mikal, Ice, Ploy was extremely friendly,, We were here for our honeymoon. , Service at the reception on arrival was very quick and did not exceed three minutes, The room was spacious and perfectly equipped, Room service was quick. Clean rooms excellent.Our room was always made well the location very close to the sea and the night-time activity Varied breakfast in the hotel next to the pool. If you're going to phuket, do yourself a favor and stay here - it'll make your stay much more enjoyable.

The hotel just look Basic from out side ,but we're surprise when we were in side. beautiful room,clean and friendly staff Mikal,Ploy,Ice,Aon and Tae. We were like about the wifi of this hotel ,really strong and quick. The location very safety close police station, patong hospital ,fire station...quite for sleep . The pool on the roof is a lovely place to end the day with a loved one in quiet surroundings overlooking the town.

The hotel was conveniently located, clean and staff were extremely helpful. Rooms were simple and comfortable. The only issue that I had with the hotel was the hallway noise.....as the hallways are not carpeted and the doors are quite thin, noise carries into your room quite easily and at times, making it difficult to sleep.

I guess the hotel experience , this one in particular,depends on what you're looking for. If you're younger and adventurous, determined to have fun at the Bangla road, where all the action is, avoid this place. There are more ACCOMMODATING hotels around this place that cost same if not less. If you're with family, looking for a clean place to just relax and don't mind thin walls, noisy neighbors ,crowded pool and expensive menu this is the perfect place for you. Breakfast was good on day 1 and remained same without variety which made me hate it on day 5. WiFi was inconsistent and slower than most hotels that I stayed in. TV in the room is a joke, with just 20 all-boring-channels. I would not return to this hotel again.

We have 3 rooms came to stay, everything good, new hotel within 10 minute walk to juncylon, Bangla Road and Patong Beach so it is quiet. Staff(Ploy,Aon) were efficient and on check out one man bellboy(Wut) is very good. We can keep the luggage with them free of charge. Good experince for us and good holiday for my family. Big thank for everything. I hope to see you again next time and i will tell my friends to stay this hotel.

Amazing in every way! Very affordable, nice clean rooms, awsome shower, great breakfast, helpful staff, the best location everr!!!!!!! It is on the main street, next to all the clubs, close to the beach. We asked for a queit room and therefore didn't hear any noise from the road. I enjoyed my stay very much and didn't want to leave! I promise you won't regret this hotel! My review is completely honest:)

I've booked for 4 nights and ended up staying longer. The experience was in good; Modern room Nice small gym Nice for a relaxing end of day Good service from Tae, Ploy, Mikel, very friendly and helpful. All the facilities are easy to get. It takes 5-10 minutes' walk to Jungceylon. After all, a definitely one of the best choice to consider when you visit Patong.

My partner & I stayed at this hotel for 3nights. Found no probs with the hotel, rooms or staff. Great rooms with comfortable bed and excellent. Staff were pleasant and very helpful.Even the reception were friendlyand helpful' Tae ,Aon". And 15min to Bangla Road, 10min to Junceylon. Will def stay at Bestwestern if we're ever in Phuket again.

This hotel at the center and very near to the happening night life . We avoided all the taxis etc and we could go all the places by walk as its very near and saved some bucks. This hotel is on main road and hence even if its late night we are safe. Hotel staff are very friendly and all amenities are well maintained, It has roof top infinity pool with awesome view. Travel desk was very helpful with economical ranges. She was very friendly and could understand english better

Nothing to complain really, room was clean, internet was faster, nice location except buffet breakfast should be more variations. We were expecting more variations of food. It was alright but not great.

We were not sure what to expect from a Best Western in Patong, but they were great! The front desk staff was outstanding, How we are and treat us like her family . When we checked in, They gave us 2 rooms on the top floor . Every time we walked past reception, they said hi and cracked a joke with us, Thank you " Mikea and Ploy". They made sure our transportation providers found us quickly. They could not have been more attentive. The rooms were very nice and clean. Nicer then most Best Western in the US. Very modern looking. Thanks guys for making our stay in Patong so comfortable.

I loved this hotel from the warm welcome till the day we sadly had to leave. The beds were beautiful and comfortable. You have a tv and internet access in the room. The staff (Migual, Ploy) very helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and yummy. The pool was small but never felt over crowded there is a nice poolside bar also. I love this place

I have just returned to Australia from my fourth visit to this great hotel. The staff are so efficient and obliging. Nothing is too much trouble for them. This starts at the reception desk and porters, right through to housekeeping, and of course the restaurant and breakfast staff, who all remember your favourite dishes and any previous requests you've made. And of course a GM who goes out of his way to make your stay so memorable. There is a great selection of both Tex- Mex and Thai food available in the restaurant and at prices that compare with any of the street food and markets. Try the smoky ribs, you won't be disappointed. The consistency of excellent clean rooms goes a long way in your choice to return here, along with it's close proximity to the large Jungceylon shopping centre, the night markets and Bangla Rd nightlife. And if you are in need of some quiet relaxation time, there is always the serenity of the roof top infinity pool and poolside bar. Well done Best Western Patong Beach, can't wait for my next visit.

My review after having travelled around the globe is : 1) on day 1 I asked for a hand cream as I had forgotten one: though they have mentioned very clearly mentioned in their hotel book that you can ask for one if you have missed one: I was told you go and buy from seven eleven ... this is the most rude reply from a manager ever heard 2) I asked them for a bottle opener: first he refused to give and now I was talking to the lobby manager and he started shouting and asked me to bring it to the lobby... New learning for me .... this hotel is like a jail and once stuck you are stuck 3) when I went for having break fast there was a coakroach though a small one there. When I pointed it out to them he just apologised and said sorry 4) I requested them for a shampoo on day 3 night of my Check in there and was told you get it only once and that's it 5) breakfast is repetitive and does not change an inch any day 6) went to the pool and the guy there seems to be the most annoyed gentelman as he was most I courteous 7) there is only one key to the room and if one has to go down then please take your partner along or leave him / her in the dark 8) the beach is approx 15 -20 mins walk 9) never heard in life across the world for duty manager to be so Ruse 10) its a property you stay at your own risk where you are scared every time you do something like being jailed and the jailor not agreeing to anything you request 11) only silver lining the lady on the travel desk 12) I am sure the hotel team would like to defend this but it's your call to take it or not.

My husband and me stayed here for 2 nights from 15th - 17th Oct. We loved the location of the hotel as it is right in the centre of Patong and about 5 mins walking to Jung Ceylon mall. Staff (Aon,Tangmo) were very friendly. There is an infinity pool on the rooftop and a pretty large gym. The rooms are nice and they're clean.and big thanks for honeymoon set up on the bed.

Great hotel close to everything 5 mins walking distance to shops less than 10 mins Patong beach, surrounded by great night markets. Large shopping centre JungCeylon 10 mins walk away. One of the best buffett breakfast we have experienced in comparable hotels the food doesn't rung out. Rooms are very clean, staff are wonderful always happy to help. Highly recommend this hotel. Best pillows ever in a hotel.

Best Western Patong Beach is an example of true style in regard to its décor - built only 2 years ago it is very modern, clean and reasonably priced for the traveler. My husband and I travel consistently around the World and you would be hard pressed to find another more delightful property to stay in and enjoy Phuket and its surrounds. The staff are soooo friendly, the Manager Mr Phawat pays careful attention to your needs in the restaurant and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Siriwan (AO) at the tour desk could not be more helpful and she is extremely knowledgeable of Phuket and its surrounding islands plus she is happy and carefree and a pleasure to deal with. All the staff at reception are an asset to the company plus mention should be made of Pakin, Wut and Tae who helped us many times at the front desk. All in all a perfect place to stay not only enjoying Phuket but the delights of the Best Western Patong Beach. 10 out of 10 guys, keep up the good work. Within easy walking distance of lots of shopping, beach, seafood market (delicious) a few doors away, Jungleceylon - HUGE shopping mall - has everything you would be looking for. Once again home away from home - a wonderful place to stay and providing many happy memories.

One of the hippest places I have ever stayed in... Very modern and stylish in the decour but a bit on the expensive side... Wonderful staff especially the front desk receptionist I think they name was Migail,Ploy,Aon very friendly and helpful which help make my stay in Phuket more enjoyable.

Our stay at the Best Western, was one of the best yet. From the friendly staff, to the comfortable and clean rooms. Close to everything. 3 minute walk to juncelyon centre and the Banzan market. 5 minute walk to the popular Bangala st. Front desk staff always ready and willing to help out with whatever was needed! Sumisa, Hum, Wut, and Neng all amazing! Siriwan with the travel company at the front was beyond helpful and would highly recommend booking your excursions with her. Made us feel very at home, always remembering our names and greeting us with warm smiles! Would highly recommend!

We checked in this hotel on Oct 17.during check in session, the counter staff was friendly approach and speak well English. There is no wellcome drink because this is not luxury hotel? The concierge was helpful to bring up our room which is given top floor 7 floor. The room spacious looks satified. The balcony is too small size which there is not possible to set up table and chairs at balcony. There is mountain and building balcony view which I assumed my room direction face to junceylon mall and I can view the mall..it's not what I guessed. The rooftop pool is big and great city view. The gym size is satified and come with good equipmrnt and window view at next hotel pool. The breakfast spread are just satified with no high demand. The day counter and concierge staff are friendly and pleasent look. Well, the night counter staff was not as friendly and plesent approach which I had requested complimentary cocktail coupons for drink at mana steakhouse. The hotel WiFi network was good and no free hotel shuttle bus Because This hotel location was nearer to wet market and junceylon mall which was a good location. But the hotel location is not nearer to patong beach. Overall..this hotel is highly recommended for stay.

Stayed from 21st September to 24th September Location / views from the hotel was good. View of the hills from the room was amazing Room was small for a family of three, Calls to the reception for salt/sugar/cutlery denied, but later asked to walk-in to the restaurant and get it from there. Felt it inconvenient to move from room to restaurant, as lifts need a card swipe to come back. Later a solution given for that as to use credit/debit card for light in the room and use the hotel card for the lift. On the third day I had a trip starting early morning - I asked for food packs, which they provided, and contents modified on request too. Lot of persuasion was required to change the contents of the food packs. On coming back from the trip around 6 PM- I found a note informing of the crack in one of the side table's glass top. It was surprising for me as we hardly used that table and the only things we kept on that table was watches/ mobile. That glass top has to be definitely delicate as my watch and mobile are fine. I was informed that as per Hotel policy I should have checked the room for any breakages and damages before check-in :). Had a discussion with the reception and the deputy manager. I requested if I could talk to the manager which was not allowed as the manager works in office hours and can talk only next day around 7:30. I had to leave the next day for Bangkok at around 8am, I started that discussion with the deputy manager – I did not saw the manager there. So thought it better to pay and move on. Request to the management -1. As tourist we didn't had time to check for each and everything. If you have a policy please do provide your guests with the pre-checkin pictures of all the delicate materials and consumables in the room 2. Please let the guests know of the hacks like using any other cards for lights in the room, or provide 2 cards for a family 3. Overall your staff was very helpful but I felt the rudeness is built-in in the policies

The hotel is very new and nicely decorated. We booked two rooms for 2 nights. We were satisfied with the facility environment. The swimming pool is very nice. And locate only 5 mints away from the shopping mall. Walking distance to enjoy the very delicious seafood. However, we are wondering the front department is good service name as "tae,kung,ply".We arrive at 10 am and only one room was ready to be check in, we can understand this is because we arrive before check in time. However, until 12 pm, the room has ready. Thank for Fo staff to help us. And on check out they help us for four of us have to take shower one by one. We were supposed to have a rest after the early flight.

The rooms are simple clean and tidy and the house keeping team very friendly. The the rooftop pool is great to get away from the hustle and bustle of Patong and watch the sunset. Even if your not staying at the BW try the restaurant! We were surprise to see they smoke all there own meats. The menu is "pricey"(for Thailand) but well worth it. The brisket is great!

The good hotel, immaculately clean, really friendly staff "kung,Fon,Aum. It is a short walk to the bangla road and surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants although surprisingly quiet in the room considering the location. Although at the quieter end of Patong the whole area is still very sleezy.

the location of the hotel is very well. its very convenient and you can contact with the Panda trip to travel around the Phuket. besides,the room is clean. its valuable to book the hotel. the service is sweet.

Fairly new hotel and rooms cleaned every day, good air con. The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside but nice and modern inside. Rooftop infinity pool is also a nice touch. Staff are very friendly and attentive. We got speaking to the Manager (Jay) one night in the lobby and he was a very nice, down to earth guy. He gave us his business card should we need anything during our stay. The location is perfect.. far away enough that you do not hear the hustle and bustle of bangla road but also only a ten minute walk if you wanted to venture down there. I will be recommending this hotel to friends and family and would definitely return should I ever visit Patong again. The only minor criticism would be the fact that a room gets 1 room card to share. This became annoying on a few occasions when I would be in the room getting ready (needing the card to be in the card slot for the lights to stay on) and my partner would want to down to the lobby.( the card is required in the lifts to go up and down)

Friendly Service, Excellent Location Stayed there with a group of friends. The hotel is close to the shopping and there are many restaurants and shops in the area. As this is Express brand, the room is simple, but clean and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and polite and they're name "Fei,Tangmo,Ploy,Mikel. I believe they are very well trained. The rate I got was very good as the member rate was given. It is really worth the money.

I am writing this purely from my travelling experience around SEA, there could be contradicting notions about this place from different individuals though. Good things: 1. Well maintained rooms for the price you pay 2. Great location Can do better pointers: 1. Provide 2 key access for each room, considering the fact that you have to man the lift with an access card. Nonetheless, It is pretty much the norm these days elsewhere. My wife decided to rest while I went to hit the gym, I had to keeping going back to the reception / concierge and ask for access to use the gym and to return back to my room. It makes the hotel seem "Not thinking", honestly. 2. Gym is basic. Most common and simple attachments to a functional machine is missing. Cable crossover machine doesn't have bars and rope. It comes along with the machine and it's such a common sense to have them. I am guessing, they must have misplaced / lost them but an investment of 300-500 Baht to reinstate them shouldnt hurt. Again, the hotel just looks like "Not thinking". 3. Sound proofing is imperative just as much as the no smoking policy. Yes we are in Patong, there is celebration every where but a sound sleep is ultimately what most have paid for. Better rubber padding or changing the window sliding should help. The hotel has to really think on that. 4. 2000 Baht Security deposit / Witholding credit card details at the check-in needs to be communicated in all advertised digital sales channel just as much communicating "Water and coffee is complimentary, Mini bar is charged" rude shocks are uncalled for. Tell me something that I don't know instead of not telling me something that I should know. My apprehension is not in giving the aforesaid details however, it is the way it is asked for at the front desk. Establishing a reasoning and asking for something and straight up saying "We need your credit card details..." are 2 different things. Communication is the most important catalyst in hospitality. My 2 cents. Hope it helps the property and the travellers.

This hotel is pretty new and the room is clean. Its located the around 10-15mins walk to Bangla area. The staffs are quite friendly and helpful and name is Mo, Kuang.\\Overall its a pleasant stay. Just that we caught a few mosquitoes in our room. Maybe hotel can offer some sort of mosquito repellents.

Left my front door 4.30am so l was glad to finally to walk out of Phuket airport doors at 7pm,my daughter had arranged the hotel car to pick my son & myself up,a great move saved all that mucking about looking for a taxi,so there was Pakin holding up our names mr Martin mr Matthew Best Western Hotel he told us that it would take about an hour to get to the hotel,more torture I thought but it wasn't Pakin was very good asking questions giving us tips places to etc.before you knew it we were there, checked in & downstairs again feeling alittle bit hungry we thought we'd try the hotel restaurant where we we greeted by the maître d who has the greatest smile of welcome after such a long trip. Haeapoen,or (KUI her nickname) and her staff looked after us very well,we often had meals there enjoying happy hour as well.Then after we would just cross the road round the corner where the nightlife strip starts,or across the road 400m along there's massive shopping centre with Lots of shops prior to that there's a laneway with a lot nrestaurants & a Irish pub,10 minutes the other way is Patong beach. This place is very central &found no need to use taxi,the pool was great might need abit more shade &breakfast could do with some bacon Our stay was great if anything to short even the cleaners on 7th floor were outstanding,yes l would recommend this hotel,might see you there. I'm stay here 1 night looking area is very clean.hotel place very closed to the patong beach only 10 minut by walk and 5 minut walk to the shopping mall. Staff name ploy,aon, Hum, pakin were very help full. I will come back to stay here again.

Stayed here for 7 nights based on TripAdvisor ratings. I felt it was a bit hit and miss. The good: rooms are well appointed, pool is decent. The main positive is Siriwan who sits at the tour desk. I booked all my tours through her and she was just a gem of a person. The bad: way to many rude tourists from a certain place that has the highest population. Just outright rude. One night a group of them came back at 4am, and just sat outside their rooms brushing their teeth in the lobby and chatting away. I literally had to scream at them to go away. The rooms walls are very very thin and the doors not well pressurised allowing them to slam shut. This goes on throughout the night as we are in Patong after all. Hopefully some dampening materials can fix that. As it is Patong, one would assume the housekeeping services would start a little late. But no, at exactly 6:45 I hear them outside knocking on doors and screaming housekeeping, which when added to the thin walls and doors - makes for a nice headache. Lastly, as this hotel is clearly geared towards the above mentioned tourists, the TV channels reflect the same, not one English Channel to watch during my 7 nights. Lastly, the wifi is good in terms of speed but annoying as you have to keep logging in over and over again. However, the rooms and staff are good and the only negatives are the annoying housekeeping staff and thin walls and doors. The review gets a 3 for that. If this review was based on my sleepless nights and rude tourists, I would give it a zero, but that's not entirely the hotels fault. Next time out I'll choose a hotel that doesn't only cater to one type of tourist.

We stayed in this hotel from 22nd July '17 to 27th July'17. it was the work experience that we had with this hotel, the staff at the reception was very rude, worst room service, also, at the time of check out we were told to pay additional 2500 BAHTS as 1 towel was supposedly spoiled with some stains of food. we were not even informed this earlier, and was directly asked to pay at the time of check out. We were asked to either pay the money or they will call the cops. Finally we had to settle the same by paying additional 1000 BAHTS as we had a flight to catch. 1000 BAHTS for a towel which was not even branded.

never stayed here but i eat at the restaurant 3-4 times a week, breakfast buffet is good all the coffee and juice and the barbecue diner is even better, awesome pork ribs best in Patong and great pork sliders and all you can eat i live here and have no connection to this hotel so have no horse in this race, if you like western food this is the best place for quality barbecue and price I've found. so friends stayed at the hotel and were happy with the stay but never done it myself

The hotel is certainly cheap but I would rather pay a bit more for a quieter hotel. The bed was very hard which I struggled with. Also the hallways do not have carpet and I think the walls are so thin and not good seals around the bedroom doors that we could hear people talking in the rooms next to us along with lots of children screaming all of the time. It seemed that we picked a time where some of the other guests were inconsiderate regarding keeping their children from yelling and running up and down the hallways. Then we had the pleasure of a group of people across from us who wanted to party all night in there rooms going from one room to another and were very loud all night. That is not the hotels fault and I understand that but the rooms need to be better insulated. Breakfast was ok and they had an egg station which was good. The pool ontop of the building although not big is better than the one in the middle of the building as that can get quite cold as it does not get much sun. The staff were very friendly.

Friendly personnel. Clean new rooms with modern design, nice bathroom. Tasteful BBQ all you can eat for low rate. Extra services no problem: extra towels... Print papers... A special for breakfast. I stayed twice and I will come back. Top floor swimming pool with bar to relax. They also have a booking service for trips.

Can't argue about the location of this hotel. Stay there and you will understand that you cant get more closer to the patong action than this. Other than that, staff generally good. It was noisy though (has to do with the design of the corridor and thin walls), so if you are a light sleeper, it can be a bit rough. Nice pool on top. Overal clean hotel.

I would give this hotel 5 star just on location alone. The very best of what Patong beach has to offer will be at your doorstep. Mall, beach, walking street, etc... all very close. Can be a bit hectic, but I found my stay relaxing. Rooms were clean, hotel staff good. I highly recommend staying there to be close to the action

From the moment we arrived, the front desk (Miguel,Ploy,Tae,Pakin) they are helpful and friendly, and always smiling. We stayed 2 night at the hotel. If I look back now and think about what was most remarkable I would have to say that it was the hotel staff. This covers everybody we had contact with, from housekeeping to management. Each and all of them were the best I have encountered. One other piece of advice, eat at the breakfast buffet at the hotel. It is second to none. We skipped it on our first morning there not thinking much of it. Later that day we met another couple that were on there way out of the hotel after staying for a few days and they highly recommended we try it. Lucky we did, as it turned out to be incredible!!! We actually ate at all 6 or 7 places to eat on property and never encountered a bad meal. It was a great trip and I look forward to being able to come back again.

I was in this hotel for 1 week with my friend, the cleaning staff clean the room every day , it's in the best place of the city , next to bangla road and near the beach , staff was very friendly and helpful, they always smile :) , pool is on the rooftop and its clean and has a excellent view,totally you really enjoy of every thing in this hotel

Every single day for 3 weeks I walked past this place and every single day I could not help buy wonder why. It looked nice enough, the lobby was always full of people checking in the hotel but yet the restaurant was always, and I mean always empty. Every time o walked past I saw a sign that portrayed a special... All you can eat al a carte for THB399, on one of my last night's here I decided to give it a go. The food is extraordinary, I have worked many years as a chef and my favourite dish in the world is pork ribs, naturally I ordered them first. They were truly excellent, no knife needed as pork ribs should be, sauce was pretty good and it came with a small pot of lovely sauce and some shoestring fries. Polished it off in a matter of minutes. Truly exceptional. Next I ordered the pork belly, I was kind of expecting the little square bits like we get at home on Australia, but it was not, it was long strips kind of like thick bacon but from the belly... Oh my god, so good. Half way through I was thinking to myself I don't know how much more of this I can take, if you don't finish what you order you have to pay the full price for it, but it was so delicious I couldn't help but finish it anyway despite the extra fatty nature if pork belly. I am still here.... I ordered another dish Andaman bbq shrimp, I comes with rice, I really hope not too much rice, either way I will finish it, I am a sucker for all you can eat deals, and I just know that the prawns will also be exceptional. I can't understand why this place is empty all the time, the food is amazing. Sure it is more expensive than your local places but God dam the food is good. If I were to complain about one thing it would be that the long island ice tea was not consistent with its usual strength, I am a master of long island and it is my favourite drink, this one tasted like it has less than 1/4 sized shots in it soon only ordered the one. Food is incredible though, eat here if you come across it on your wanders through patong. Take the challenge, but he prepared, it really is a challenge

I was in Thailand in February and now again. One of the reasons to come back was the superb service we received in this hotel. Staying there, we had the best three days we spent during or February trip and this time, traveling alone, it has been the same to me. Breakfast takes it to another level, the rooms are clean, quiet and personnel is closely handled by GM Jay Peno, who remembered me from my last trip. By far, the best BEST WESTERN I ever stayed in, and I have traveled a while! 5 stars, no less.

the experience was ok, the manager helpful all staff great, my only issues was the noise which echoed through to the room I did speak to a couple of kids at around midnight but no result. they would speak out in spurts and it was pointless notifying staff because by the time they got there the problem was solved, and 0 Aussie TV, seems they cater for chinese

The hotel has airy lobby, clean room, very nice top floor swimming pool very close and easy proximity to the markets, shopping, beach and night entertainment. The staff renders very good service and information to the activities that we requested.

We stayed for 1 night. It is a new hotel ,the Patong beach is across the road. Room are having a intelligent modern design , a bit smaller. Breakfast is very good , however the 7/11 and market is 5/10 min walk from the hotel. Staff is very good name "Ta,Mikul,Ploy",The Beds are very good how ever the walls between the rooms are loud .We had to call reception to ask the neighbors to lower the TV volume.

I need to login the new WIFI password every single night (I stayed 5 nights), it's so ignoring. It means I need to go to the reception and ask them to give me the new WIFI password every single night. Hotel only gives us only one access card (not 2)

This is a brand new hotel with good location,nice swimming pool and gym room Security is good as well. We stay in the hotel 3 nights everything in the hotel so good,staff (Sakunrat,Aon,Tae) were very friendly and provide anything you need very quickly. Came here with my family for holiday, booked 2 rooms in advance, 3 people in one and 3 in another when I got to the desk they told me that it will be an additional 1000bhat per day, so instead had to get another room, when i arrived with my parents they could not find my booking, kept asking questions again and again, even though showed them confirmation, rooms are nice, shower is very nice, just staff are rude, biggest let down, and worst thing is because they don't speak much English they never understand what you have to say, swimming pool is really nice being on the top floor, limited beds, staff are not helpful, for excursions I would use the hotel for booking them, even though they are a bit overly priced, on credit card charge 3% so why have to add additional 3% on card machine, always pay by cash never card, even though getting a price outside is cheaper at least the hotel will be able to follow up where the transfer is and what is going on, breakfast is average, and so is lunch, only benefit is the wifi and that the hotel is close to bangla road, If you break or damage anything in the room they charge u 100bhat even if a towel is dirty, don't drink or eat from the fridge, overly priced cheaper to get food and drinks from the supermarket, the beds have bug bites, never sleep inside the duvet always on the outside learnt the hard way, if I had to book this hotel again, no I wouldn't, customer service is a major let down.

DANNII LANGELAAR I have travelled around the world for years & I have NEVER come across a hotel quiet like the Best Western Patong Beach. * HOTEL - You can not fault the beauty, cleanliness & serenity of this hotel. Catering for Singles, Couples or Families...The roof top pool looking over Patong is breath taking! * The STAFF - where do I start ? NOTHING & I mean NOTHING is to hard or to much to ask of the beautiful staff. They are ALL so very courteous, understanding & will always go out of their way to make sure you are their number one priority. They are the most genuine kind hearted staff I have ever come across never with out a smile & manners are impeccable. * Restaurant - Food oh my lord - All dishes are exquisite & mouth watering whether it is Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks & Drinks. So many dishes to choose from - Prices are VERY affordable. *MANAGMENT - From the TOP right down the line all I can say is PERFECT!!! Newly opened hotel. Very clean and nice rooms. They have grillbuffe with different kind of seafood/meat at a reasonable price. We ate there twice. The staff could speak good English. They also have computer corner for the guests to use.

We visited Phuket recently and would highly recommend it as your next holiday destination! The food, weather and bargains on everything we bought are some of the reasons why I would definitely go back! The island hopping was the ultimate of our vacation. Not to talk of the utmost professional assistance and conduct of the staff at the Best Western hotel restaurant and reception in Patong where we stayed.

I'm stay here 3 night everyday looking area is very clean. hotel place very closed to the patong beach only 10 minut by walk and 5 minut walk to the shopping mall and the night time can by some seafood and durian at Banzan market. restaurant nice and clean I'm happy on breakfast. staff very friendly Mr.tae at the front desk. Mr.Pakin very helpful.

The hotel itself is in a very good location as it is close to all the main attractions in patong and only a stone throw away from bangla road. The staff are helpful and friendly although a communication barrier did exist and they couldn't always understand me and vice versa. The rooms are a decent size and have all the amenities that one could need. The rooftop pool looks good and wasn't too crowded. The breakfast is probably the only let down due to the lack of variety in the food choices but nonetheless it is a good value hotel and you certainly get a lot more than you pay for.

This hotel has it all. For around $44usd per night including breakfast we had a great 3 night stay. It is in a terrific location across the street from the end of Soi Sansabai so just 4 minutes walk to Jungceylon and 6 minutes to Bangla Rd. The rooms are on the smallish side but are very well appointed and meticulously clean. Comfortable bed, good wifi, a/c, mini bar and lovely overhead shower. There is a nice rooftop pool with good bar service and daily happy hour. Staff are very friendly and it is obvious that the Manager Jay has a great rapport with his staff that brings out the best of Thailand friendliness. Breakfast is somewhat limited but really for the money you could not complain. After spending a few of the previous nights in Holiday Inn and Katathani I would have to say this is the best value for money hotel of the three. We are regular visitors to Phuket and this will be fine for us for future visits.

Hi every one, Hotel location really good. Brake-fat fantastic. Room cleaning staff are good and cooperative. Unfortunately I faced two issues as below mentioned. 1- wifi is not good, it's not work properly and if we ask the reception staff they will give u new user and password. Actually the problem in the server. ( no use ) the reception staff is not understand you even you explain the more than 100 Times 2- My 5 th day at best western. At night around 9:00pm we back room and started A/c ( it's automatic - when ever you put key in the holder then only ac will work) at 9:45 I called reception and I said them ac is not working, she said she will send some one. We wait more then 30 minitus and no one come and we called agin and again. Nothing happening at last I went down and again explained. Around 11:15 pm some one come and check. My baby was crying around 2 hr. Regard

Staff are friendly and inviting at mana smokehouse Patong. Food is lovely and there is plenty to choose from catering for everyone including families with young children. Different cuisines to choose from including Mexican, Thai and European. Very reasonably priced and I highly recommend to anyone travelling to Patong.

The hotel is just a good hotel for family and business travelers both. It is located on the main road hence very convenient to locate and move around. It has eateries and Pub around it so you can enjoy. The only issue is that it is quite far from beach and you would need a taxi to travel to beach. The staff are quite helpful and breakfast is also good.

The hotel has locational advantage as it is very close to all the activities in Patong, the beach and Bangla Road is at a walking distance from the hotel. You need to walk the full stretch of Bangla Road to reach Patong Beach. It is misleading to mention that the hotel is located in Patong Beach, its about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Apart from the inhouse restaurants in the hotel, there are lot of options available in close vicinity. There are number of sea food restaurants with couple of good ones just on the opposite side. There is also a street food option just couple of minutes walk from the hotel as you walk further down from the hotel and opposite to Phuket Muay Thai Stadium. We tried couple of options there and liked them, good taste and also soft on your pocket. For Indians craving for Indian food there are multiple options as you walk towards Bangla Road but be ready to pay more than you would want to. Probably you would not mind if you are looking for Indian food at a place where there are so much finger licking options in local food. Now coming back to the hotel and its facilities. Nothing much to complain about and it is just as you would expect from a chain. However, I would say the bed to be much smaller in size than what you would expect a king size bed to be. The floors have very little decor and is almost stripped down version of what we usually see in any standard hotel. Very little viewing options as there are barely any international channels / English channels and this somehow was a let down when you are forced to stay indoors due to weather conditions as experienced by us. The pool was not functional during our visit. The services are not upto the mark. One thing you really feel good about whenever you are in this part of the world is the courtesy and ever willing to assit attitude of the staff from the service sector which is something we missed in this hotel, be it the staff at the breakfast table or housekeeping. We had to remind multiple times for a single item and this is something not expected. I did not find the breakfast spread adequate and even commonly available items in breakfast like sausages were missing. I have something to apologize about. We were a big group, 5 families with 8 kids and the kids were very noisy. I am sure the kids must have resulted in inconvinience to the other residents and although we tried our level best, found it very difficult to control the kids. My sincere apologies to the hotel management and other fellow guests for the inconvinience caused by the kids.

The staff in the hotel are very helpful, polite and friendly. the rooms are very clean, we stayed in two different rooms and both of them were very clean. They clean everyday and always with a smile on their face.

Stayed here for 2 nights in June with my daughter, this is our second visit to this hotel as our 1st was so enjoyable. I have read so many times about people not enjoying there 2nd stay in a same hotel but not this one, staff are always friendly and happy to help, the rooms are just big enough for 2 people, nice bright décor, spotlessly clean with a great shower, we enjoyed breakfast here, its not the usual English but a nice selection of food to choose from for all its global visitors so you do get a very wide choice with eggs cooked just how you like them, 300 bart for 2 people its a bargain. we visited Phi Phi for 2 nights and we were allowed to leave a large case in the hotels lock up room until we returned to stay for our second night, this we really appreciated, thank you Best Western again for a great stay, we will see you again next year

I checked in on May 31 to June 4,2017. First impression I wasn't sure if the attitude of the reception will be good. However, when I was checking in Ms. OHM the morning shift front desk was excellent very helpful and friendly. I checked into the room and found out it was 2 single bed and I called down immediately and she called the housekeeping and moved me to another floor with 1 double bed, she apologised profusely. I told not to worry. And the evening shift another great front desk lady by the name of Ms. AON was very helpful and friendly, great smile. Although the hotel was overrun by the Chinese and Indians they kept their posture and tolerance by helping out other guests. Because of them I will definitely go back and highly recommend anyone visiting Patong. Secondly, hotel location is just unbeatable, 5 mins walk to Jungceylon shopping mall with plenty of eateries, and slightly adjacent to the hotel is a small soi that access to the beach and soi Bangla also accessible to the mall on the left. Will definitely stay here again

We were a family, stayed for 3 days. Rented a car and parking was also available FOC. 'Value for money' hotel.

Arriving at Best Western Patong was a warm and welcoming experience , the rooms are clean and nice and the quality of beds pillows and linen guarantee a good nights sleep.. Good Breakfast , Ms.Sakunrat from the front office is all smiles and is very helpful , she went out of the way to help me with my work and the Bell boy TANG MO WUT was very helpful with packing the luggage and bringing it down to the lobby.. Pleasant and Nice Stay !!!

The staff of this hotel make it. Thank god it is not at the beach area as the beach area leaves a lot to be desired. Great location to be based if you want to explore Phuket but also be able to enjoy varied nightlife. Jay, the GM is truly wonderful and has a great team rapport with his staff - very important. The rooms are clean and functional and the staff just want to do anything and everything for you. Pool area amazing and graet to start a rooftop club!

Bestwestern Hotel Patong Beach – The hotel is in walking distance to most amenities such as the food night market including seafood, Bangla boxing stadium, Bangla street night parties, pharmacies, restaurants, Patong hospital, the beach & massage parlours. Check in & out were straight forward, key cards and internet password issued for the duration of the stay. The room itself of average size comes with a coffee station, safety box, mini bar fridge, as for a word of Caution the coffee table is not built with tempered glass, so be careful around it and for toiletries only shampoo & soap were available. The TV has a few international news and some local channels, no entertainment channels, HBO for movies & Fox live sport channels should be the decision for the management to subscribe. At the foyer there is an internet station comes with a printer. The room is serviced daily comes with 2 bottles of complementary drinking water. The hotel's staffs are genuinely happy and will assist to all customer requirements. There is a fair size swimming pool and a gym on the roof of the hotel, with a bar purchasing counter and some massage stations. The breakfast is fine minus the beacon but comes with most international and local dishes which are replenished to the end, the pancake maker is a bonus. For updates and queries, the General Manager Mr Jay Penno will be glad to answer.

It was a street away from the center of the action; a great place to rest up. It has a wonderful rooftop pool that is definitely worth your time. Room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend it!

Well it all started at the airport where we were met with our requested airport shuttle. Made to feel special to start off our holiday with a very well spoken driver who gave an unexpected informative tour about the island and places of importance on the way back to the hotel, which was much appreciated from a cultural educational point of view. On arrival from a late flight it was a very simple easy check in with a very friendly and welcoming concierge. Rooms were very modern, clean and comfy with a bar fridge full of treats. The next morning we were spoilt with the buffet breakfast on offer , which we kept going back for each day We had decided on the Best Western due to it's central location, with all of the services we required during our holiday being within walking distance. We also found ourselves lounging around the pool in the morning and finishing our day back at the pool enjoying a cocktail watching the sunset from the infinity pool on the roof top. Also would recommend the restaurant downstairs with a huge variety on the menu. We will definitely be back soon and thanks for offering such a wonderful facility. The customer service was exceptional over our stay , they were always accomodating and very friendly.

This hotel has it all and you only pay a 3 star price. Super friendly service. The hotel has a cool rooftop pool not to be missed at sunset with a cocktail. The ground floor restaurant is open air and serves some fabulous smokehouse BBQ flavours with some great smaller meals like chilli con carne as well. They definitely won me over with their food. The rooms are modern and clean and well stocked. The hotel is centrally located and an easy to walk to the various shopping strips and malls. Loved this place !!!

Travelling with a young child can be challenging but we found our experience with this hotel to be a dream. The staff were so friendly & catered for our every need. The restaurant had such a great selection to suit all of our tastes (even our 2 yr olds!) & the location was ideal. Being so centrally located, it meant we could either walk everywhere or simply catch a taxi from our front door. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel & especially if you are travelling with children. We'll be back!

I've had the opportunity over the last two weeks to stay at 3 hotels in Patong and feel that the Best Western Patong Beach surpasses these other hotels in many areas. This is a hotel which is centrally located, close to beaches, night life and shopping. Firstly the registration and service at reception is prompt, attentive and thorough. The staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to accommodate any special requirements you have. The rooms are modern, very clean and well maintained. And the roof top pool is wonderful, with it's bar and food service. THE SURPRISE HIGHLIGHT OF THIS HOTEL IS THEIR RESTAURANTS. The breakfast selections are impressive with a wide variety of foods to accommodate all tastes and cultures. The Mana Smokehouse, the main restaurant offers you the most interesting array of foods. There is something for everyone, a great selection of Thai food of course, but my favourites were the Tex Mex selections, with delicious pork and beef ribs, smoked 'in-house', great tacos and quesadillas and a range of burgers to suit any palate. The value and cost of this food is comparable to any of the markets and street vendors and the street setting allows you to see the buzz of Patong from your table. Go try this restaurant, you won't be disappointed. This is my second visit to this hotel and I'm looking forward to my next trip there. Great hotel, great staff, great service, great food.

Wow, talk about close enough to everything, but with a 5 star touch! The Staff remember you, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the food! The Mana smokehouse with the all you can eat...it was so delicious! Cant believe they charge at a 3 star price but with so many add ons...mini bar etc. Pool Bar up top and the sunset was fantastic! A hidden gem! The staff know the best places to eat outside the hotel, and getting money changed at the best rates up the road.

stayed here april 25-29, after a disastrous stay at bangkok palace ,followed an awesome stay at ibis styles krabi.and an eye opening stay on phi phi islands i made my way to patong and to the best western. this hotel was the highlight of my trip. lovely clean hotel with a great clean room with a huge shower. apart from the very friendly staff and amazing breakfast. the location of this hotel is ideal. a stone throw away from bangla road , the mall and loads of street markets. the hotel was across the road from a travel agent where i was able to book all my tours inexpensively,and surprisingly had laundry done there too. it offers a gym and an awesome roof top infinity pool (only problem with this is that they turn the lights off at 8 which is too early) the front desk staff were so friendly and helpful and provided me with a wake up call on departure day in order not to miss my early flight to bangkok.they even packed me a take away breakfast box. with regards to breakfast everything was delicious. when requested a halaal option they unfortunately didnt have but what they did do for me was open a new frying pan and utensils which they used to make my eggs daily...if you cross the road however there is a short street leading to bangla road which has a host of halaal restaurants open 24/7.in all honesty i explored majority of patong and i couldnt find a better hotel with the combo of friendly clean and located better. i would recommend to anybody travelling to patong and i would definately stay here again.photos to follow

We came 2 years ago in the hotel and stayed 2 weeks in the hotel this time. The rooms are clean and the people working here are helpful. Special thanks to Suinasa and Thitinan who are very kind, smiling and helped us to be comfortable during our stay - thanks to Suinasa for the help on my cosmetics researches :). Its worth the price, for us its the best quality/price in Phuket. We really recommend !

Hotel in 5 minutes from Patong beach. Bangla road and The shopping mall are a street away. Hotel has a nice swimming pool on the roof and its a great size considering its a Rooftop ( 22 metres approx ).Staff are friendly ,Breakfast buffet was also very good.

This hotel is strategically located 1 street away from the famous Bangla Street in Patong Beach! The room is spacious and clean as what it shown on the website. Basic amenities is provided except tooth brush and tooth paste. Staff are very helpful and friendly. almost everyone can speak mandarin. which is very convenient for China guests. For those China guest that using Alipay or wechat, there is a special bus ticket that can buy from wechat and that shuttle bus will bring you to a few tourist attraction for unlimited ride. unfortunately that's for China guest and I can't buy from the app as I do not use alipay. A suggestion for the management; I know it's a green concept for for not putting a lot of light on the floor corridor but it's really scary to walk through the floor corridor at night. If you want to save energy. you can use those motion sensored one.

This is one of those places where the friendly staff welcomes you and goes out of their way to give you an unforgettable experience. Expect clean rooms, comfortable beds, a lovely pool with bar, well-equipped gym, free wifi and great service. We initially planned to stay two days to look for a nice place to stay in Patong and we ended up extending our stay in this lovely hotel. Great value for money, close to all the hustle and bustle of Bangla road but in a quiet area. Would highly recommend staying here for both business and leisure.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. Good value for your money. clean and neat room in a great location. Close to the main attractions in Patong and the three main beaches. But also a good central location if you want to experience more of Phuket. The hotel has a nice pool and bar on the rooftop and smokes its own beef and pork in the restaurant. Having said all this, the best part is the friendly staff and personable General Manager who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure his guests are happy. I will be back!

Having travelled as a couple we had zeroed onto this hotel after browsing almost all the hotels in the same area. Of all the most important criteria was hospitality, and i surely was not disappointed!! The hotel scores a lot on that front, besides cleanliness, proximity (and I mean walkable) to the patong beach, bangla road, the huge and worthy junceylon mall, massage parlor, money exchange and of course street food joint. Special mention has to made for the huge street food joint right next to this hotel which opens late in the evening. Checking was smooth and I was given a room on the 4th floor. As reviewed by some of the patrons I was expecting some noise at night from the happenings of the bangla road. But on the contrary it was a peaceful sleep for all the 3 nights that I stayed. Mind you this hotel caters to a lot of tour bookings so the reception lobby can get crowded at times. The morning buffet breakfast was delightful on the 1st day and 2nd day but was repetitive on the 3rd day which makes me deduct the lone star for this review. The standard room was not too big nor small, but the bathroom with a rain shower was a delight. We booked two tours from the hotel itself, the 1st one of city sightseeing was a waste of money, but the 2nd one of the James Bond island was super class and was quite reasonable with good discounts!! Wasn't able to check out the swimming pool or the gym though. Checkout was fast, booked a taxi from the same driver who took us out for sightseeing with his 1976 Volvo!! And got a never heard rate of 600baht.. to the Phuket airport with an excellent service, he was kind enough to offer us 2 bottles of water after dropping us at the airport.. speaking of hospitality at its peak!! Thanks a lot thanamoon. Overall a great hotel to choose for a perfect vacation, nestled in the hub of happenings surrounding it but still manages to distance itself appropriately to get a peaceful nights sleep!

Best Western really keep its standarts at all . Hotel is at a good location in Patong and the pool at the roof has a good paorama u can see all patong while u r swimming ;) and its very near to a shopping mall u can find a lot of things nearby

Stayed at this facility for about 5 days. Check in was good the keycards and everything else was prepared by the time we got there. All that was needed was a copy of our card and passport. The front desk personnel wasnt really that friendly though. We asked a few questions and didnt really get good answers. Everytime we left the room we left the keycards with them and everytime we came back they were surprised that it was with them. In terms of the room. We realilsed that our room was cleaned but our cups and glass and other things werent. The toilet has a semi transparent wall so when you shower can have a silhouette (in case those travel with family and friends) but its not bad. Some parts of the paint was chipping off and our balcony door could not be opened. During the stay on the second night we had some disturbances from other guests in a form of banging of door by drunken guests. But upon realisation it was the wrong room after I opened, the guest went to bang on a different door (for some reason it continued for another hour or so). In the mornings i was woken up several times as other guests were leaving for day trips and you can hear their door banging. On one day I could smell someone smoking too so I guess the room ac is connected. The breakfast was decent. Some of the spices used were unique.. it totally was a different taste bud to me and some were nice. They were having a buy 2 breakfast for the price of 1 so we made full use of it (yeay!) as it was not part of our booking. Location wise its quite decent. If you dont mind walking a bit, its not too far from the beach as its literally at the intersection and a straight walk from there. Selection of food is aplenty and if you are a muslim guest, the road heading to bangla road is filled with halal restaurants and nearby there are a lot of stalls. All in all wasnt that bad. However, I would wish for more options for english TV channels. The only english sort of available was on the news networks and sometimes movies. The internet is not too fast but i guess its just ok it kept on being connected and disconnected. The pool is awesome! In the evenings can get a bit full but thats cause its nice. I stayed in the room quite a lot to rest so I wished the tv had more options for me to relax there.

Extremely good location, very close to massage place, shops and central market and shopping mall. Breakfast is ok. Things to improve: (1) towels, shampoos are not changed daily; and I don't think the staff really tidy up the room, the dirty cups are not replaced or cleaned; (2) Great customer service from Kung, Miguel, Wut, except another bellboy. We asked him politely to help book a taxi to airport with lower rate, then he became unhappy and rude, saying "go outside to book by yourself" walking away without further explanation.

Staff very helpful and excellent facilities. Best place we have stayed so far in Thailand even though Phuket wasn't our favorite place to visit. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Room big, wifi great. Fitness centre excellent also no complaints at all. Pakin, Wut, Miguel and Kung in particular great,

Loved the location, prices were decent. Great for couples. Amenities were quite decent. Staff however you will have hard time explaining if you don't know thai. I needed toothpaste and I received two plates :(. On check-out they billed in mini bar amenities and we didn't touch anything. I've heard from others about same issue. They impose mini bar. So be careful with that. Rest a good overall stay.

I have been there and it was a wonderful stayThe staff of the hotel are very nice also the facilities of the hotel are all new and the location of the hotel also perfect it is very close to Bangla road and it's not far from the beach.

Well what can I say about this hotel. Everything is perfect about it. The property, the staff, the location everything is great here. Me along with my wife reached the hotel at around 11:30am after a long tiring journey. I requested the front desk to allot me a room since we were very tired and wanted to get fresh and take some rest. Actual check in time of the hotel is 2pm but Ms. Tithilya (don't remember the exact name) was very kind enough to allot us the room within 10-15min being rush in the hotel. Thanks to the lady. The other staff of the hotel too are very friendly. Now what can I say about the location... You just cross the road and there you are at one of the happening roads in Phuket. Bangla street, beach road everything is within the walking distance. The hotel property is very nice, clean and tidy. Rooms were not so good for the price .....Near to market and everything.....But the room was small and the bathrooms were not at all good it takes time for the water to end up....hotel lobby and tourist information was good...Overall it was like ok for bachelor as they can adjust ....And ok for family who can adjust with the things

Jay Penno from Best Western was the best. My daughter and I arrived from Australia late at night into Patong. We where staying at Phuket Villa which was right next to Best Western. Because Phuket Villa was long term apartments there was nobody to let us in. We went to Best Western and stayed there the night. It was lovely there and we really appreciated getting accom so late night at night. Next morning when there was reception at Phuket Villa we went to check in again. I had trouble communicating with the Thai's and getting very frustrated. Jay took us under his wing and took us back to the Best Western gave us everything. Wi fi - coffee and took our paperwork for Phuket Villa for his staff to sort out. He did all the chasing around for us to get us into our rooms next door. We will never forget the Best Western and Jay we where blessed to have him and his staff look after us.

The hotel location is as described on a very busy road within a few minutes walk of bars and nightclubs of Bangla Road which is sleazy and not nice. Full of massive beer bars blasting out music and touts with invitations to sex shows. But if you decide Patong is the place for you then I'd recommend this hotel is close enough to the mayhem but is still relatively quiet On the positive Reception- Modern,bright and clean. Front Desk Staff - Wonderful! Happy,helpful and professional Rooms - Great. Bright,clean comfortable NB get high floor facing back to get quiet room. Housekeeping - Really good. Breakfast- Excellent omelettes Wide choice of international dishes,cereals,fruits etc. Breakfast Room Staff - Superb! Fast and efficient What could be better is - more,better,sun beds at pool area. - stop loud music either at Reception or Restaurant at slightly lower level than Reception as when there is two different songs playing and traffic noise it is impossible to hear staff. As no intention of returning to Patong will not return but that is not a reflection on the hotel as excellent value

Situated approx. 30-45 mins. from HKT airport. Hotel offers pick up at THB1200, double to normal price, but its trustworthy. Hotel is situated 2 mins. walk from nightmarket and 3 mins. from Jungceylon, a Thai mall with Western prices. I would definately say that if you dont prefer a beach hotel, this is a good choice. Rooms are of good size, firm bed, aircon, minibar, coffee&tea, safe, tv with very limited choice and mainly for the majority of chinese and russian guest. Water provided each day. Cleaning. When you get cleaning, its good and mostly they remember to stock your toiletries, toiletpaper etc. There is a small french-balcony, however hotel has a strict non-smoking policy, so if you are a smoker you might want to reconsider. Unfortunately walls are very thin, you will know what your neighbours are doing, corridors are without carpets and doors quirky and thin- so if you are in for a good nights sleep, you will probably be disapointed. Unfortunately chinese guests are not the most considerate guests, there is a lot of shouting, slamming doors, children running in corridors screaming, and drunk people coming back late at night. Tourgroups arriving late means a lot of noise as well. Breakfast is good and, off course, mostly caters for the asian pallet- however Europeans are offered bacon and cheese if you ask for it. Restaurant/cafe has a mix of western and asian cuisine, tasty and reasonable priced. Service however is slow and unattentive- the young girls needs more training in service, they seem more interested in chatting behind the bar. Ms Pink was outstanding and knew what she was doing. The premises are well kept and clean, and staff are definately smiling, helpful and courteus- they will get my 4th star :-) My special thanks to Mr Pok/Bok (sorry for not remembering the correct spelling) for picking me up in the airport, a lovely start of my holiday.

This was my first trip to Phuket/Patong Beach and I must say I could not be more pleased. Jay Penno, the hotel GM was amazing as was the entire staff. They consistently went above and beyond every day to ensure my partner and I had a fantastic vacation. We stayed 4 nights and will be bringing a large group next year back to this hotel due to the level of service that was demonstrated. The food and beverage was great, the rooms and hotel very clean, the pool soooo relaxing on the rooftop and within walking distance to shopping, dining, entertainment. I am not sure what more one could ask for. Thank you again for amazing experience. See you next year!

We stayed here 3 nights and we booked 3 rooms. The hotel staff was very hard working to help us check in quickly and see that we were all comfortable. The cleaning staff cleaned our rooms each day and they were great! The hotel is walking distance from many restaurants, massage salons, the famous bangla road and Jung Ceylon mall. Breakfast wasnt my favourite here but the price was not so bad. The room was comfy, big, and clean!

We live next door and eat out often, walking past this restaurant on a daily basis. Until now we've never ventured inside or even looked at the menu. BIG mistake! The food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable. Their Thai food is very authentic (not westernised), tasty and full of flavour. The Manager, Jay Penno, who is often in the restaurant in the evening, assured us the smokehouse brisket was melt-in-your-mouth tender and just fell off the bone, so we have this to look forward to on another visit. Love the location of this restaurant. Tables are close to the road. For people watchers this is a great spot to sit, dine in style and indulge in some wonderful cocktails ... and it won't cost you the earth. Don't walk past, like we did. Go in and see for yourself.

Should improve the transport service to airport. Hotel should have an alternative backup plan in case the main transport cannot be on time. Reasonable breakfast. Very good price for two pax breakfast dining. On the whole, good location .

Great location only a few minutes from bangla road which comes alive at night and 5 min from the beach. Staff very good. Room clean, air conditioned only had small towels for 2 days but didn't complain on day 3 big towels appeared. Hair dryer tea coffee facilities along with small fridge. Roof top pool great. Manager said he would organise a trip to meet next morning we were there he wasn't a bit disappointed in this. Rest of staff great. Enjoyed our stay.

Amazing experience, close to all the action in Patong. Very clean. Great breakfast buffet with loads of variety. Great local market shopping, big shopping centre, Jungceylon within 5 minutes walking which have all the famous brands. A local wet market for fruit and vegetables and at night it transforms into food stalls galore, local food, seafood excellent, cheap and no tummy bugs. ATM machines close by at 7 Eleven, to get out that extra cash. Staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly. Australian manager Jay is very pleasant, friendly and approachable. We will be back.

Hotel is convineintly located near the Night life spots in Patong. The rooms are very comfortable and high level of cleanliness. The morning breakfast is has mix of continental and thai food. Quality of breakfast is very god but the thai stuff is very spicy. You can walk down to Bangla Road for night out and you large number of Thai,Arabic and Indian resturants and almost all of them are reasonably priced. The Hotel have a roof top pool also.

Nice clean hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. No complaints. Excellent location within walking distance of the big shopping mall and Patong Beach. Lots of shopping and dining options in he vicinity. Would recommend!

Wonderful stay with clean bright room and delicious breakfast. Jutarat and Thanathip and Poly were very helpful on reception and accommodated a late check out and answered all our questions helpfully.

My return trip was fantastic. All the staff are wonderful. Everything clean and well presented. I am currently staying in this hotel and had requested was provided room with two non horizontal single beds attached as a double bed. I immediately requested for a change and was informed that no room was available and change will happen next day. They also asked me to contac the front desk again next morning, also on me saying that i have a james bond island tour early morning the lady mentioned she will change the room post my return. On contacting the helpdesk today morning the lady asked me to bring out the stuff down immediately or else she wd not be able to change and she started putting the blame on me and didnt care to listen as they had a group chk in happening. Also on asking to connect to manager she simply refused saying he is not available and asked to me to call hotel after 10 am if i wanted to speak to him...break fast is just okay...3 stars primarily for the location.

I have never cared enough to write a review. I certainly never would have imagined that I would take time to bother and write one during a trip but there are moments in life that you will never forget. Meeting manager Jay Penno of Best Western Patong Beach is one that will stay with me for life. I will spare you the details but I found myself in a bit of trouble while traveling. This was in no way related to the hotel itself yet Jay and his incredible staff went above and beyond to help resolve my issues. I was treated like family with respect and courtesy when I had absolutely no right to expect it. The hotel itself is modern and managed extremely well in a location that is walking distance to everything in Patong. The open dinning & lounge area out front has a great atmosphere. The rooftop pool & bar are a welcomed relief with a good view while the gym has everything needed to keep you in shape. The hotel is kept very clean and housekeeping is great. Service is the best I have experienced in Thailand. I have nothing but good things to say regarding my stay at the Best Western Patong Beach. Not only would I not stay anywhere else but I would consider quitting my job just to work for manager Jay Penno! Thank you Jay and staff for all the help, advice and words of wisdom. I will be forever grateful and forever in your debt. Cheers mate!

This hotel is a perfect hotel in terms of location, staff and food. If your agenda is to chill in the city, roam around and go to different places, spend some quality time at the hotel, enjoy the roof top pool then this is the ideal place you should stay. The location is so good that everything is walkable from the hotel, the famous Bangla Road is across the hotel, the beach is a 10 minute walk and the shopping mall is 2 minutes from the hotel. The rooms are very clean and well kept. The pool has an ideal location on the roof and big enough. There is a pool bar on top as well. The breakfast spread was huge and had enough items to offer. If travelling alone or as a couple or with friends the hotel is ideal to stay in when in Phuket.

A clean modern hotel in patong Center. The pool serves the purpose and the small gym is also fine. Good parking space for cars. Walkable to banazaan market, patong Beach, jungceylon Mall and bangla Street. The staffs are fine but sometimes feel a bit indifferent. The biggest negative are the thin walls.They also do a packed breakfast for early check out.

Hotel is great for its location. It is 2 mins walk to local market. 5 mins walk to mall. We did not try to walk to the beach, but it seems like 10 to 15 minutes walk away? Taxi and tuk tuk is easily available on the street. Many restaurants can also be found downstairs. Check in was fine and check out was disappointing. Male receptionist advised me to wait for about 5 minutes while they check the room. I waited at the counter for a few minutes. After some wait, this female receptionist and her colleague were looking at me with the big question mark in their faces. Enxchanged glares and the one who attended to me earlier asked "yes? what is your room number?" After I replied her, she was like oh that room is okay. I was pissed as no one bother to tell me it is fine.My transfer was waiting for me at the lobby. I was there at 7am on a weekday and I am obviously the only person checking out then. My friend who checked out before me shared that she had the same experience too. Floor has sticky feel. Other than that, sheets and bathroom were clean. Amenities provided was very basic. Only 1 shampoo and 1 shower gel. Perhaps they noticed i brought my own, they did not bother to replenish. 1st night my room was not properly done before releasing to us. There were no bath towels. So I thought that the pathetic face towels were actually their bath towels. Error message with the in-room safe. Hence cannot be used, but cannot be bothered to inform staff. Requested for iron/ironing board and in-room slipper the night when we checked in. (these are not in room) Items were delivered swiftly but the houseman delivered without a smile, even after I smiled and greeted him. He just walked in my room without saying anything and no eye contact. Walked out as soon as he leaves the items on the floor. It caught me by surprise why is he that rude and look so angry. As if I had given him "extra job"? Soundproof of room is bad. And we had neighbours who like to slam their doors at night. I could even hear the guests next door talking. In short, if you just want a comfy and clean bed to sleep in with great location. This hotel is definitely value for money. If you wanted quality room with great service, look elsewhere.

I have good memorable experience to stay at this hotel , good location we can go to Bansan market or Juceylon in 5 minutes walk . I so happy for warm welcome check in and comfortable room. I will come back if i come to Phuket again.

This hotel is located not more than 5 minutes walking to Jungceylon shopping mall. There're a lot of restaurants, shops, and convenience store around the area. It takes around 10-15 minutes to walk to the Patong beach and Bangla road that full of nightlife and bar. The room is okay, they provide essential amenities such as towels, shampoo, shower gel, and free welcome drinks. Breakfast is okay but not many food options.

Hotel is in good location near Banzaan Market and Jungceylon shopping mall in Patong. Room is good size, clean and comfortable. Food in the restaurant also very nice. This hotel will be a good option when you stay in Patong and prefer a mid-scale hotel with a good price.

Great place to stop, very central to all the attractions, room nice and cleaned daily, great shower, and a nice roof top swimming pool, all in all we both very much enjoyed are stay, and would do it again, and would recommend to others.

The hotel is conveniently and centrally located in Patong, a walking distance to the Bangla Road, to a mall and several restaurants nearby. The hotel is equipped with a swimming pool located on the roof and a gym and the restaurant on the ground floor. The rooms as well as the breakfast were fine. There was no problem during the booking stage. Mr. Jay Penno {the General Manager} and his associates responded to our email requests promptly. We arrived earlier than the check in time but the rooms were released to us. Nothing is perfect!, as it was difficult to communicate with some of the hotel staff due to language barrier. Luckily Ms . Sumisa who speaks English fluently was there for the rescue. But generally the staffs were so friendly and helpful. We will visit Phuket again and definitely stay in this hotel again.

i landed into phuket on the 16/10/2016 already off the bat i felt no welcomed at all, there were 3 people just sitting at the front desk, but not one of them greeted me for at least a min or 2. next was they offered me a buy 1 get 1 free breakfast for 300 baht. i opted to go for it. the next morning i go to get breakfast, and says i was not entitled for it. i was already pretty annoyed at this point but left it as it is as i was already late for an appointment to get some work done. 2nd night, there were some guest who checked into the room next door. and god were they loud! just screaming and running around, and im sure they weren't kids. cause later that evening, i clearly heard them getting their freak on! what kind of hotel is this? the walls made out of paper? on my last day i checked out, lady at the desk called me up to the front desk, so i go up, advised me they are checking my room. so i just stood there for a good 5 10 minutes thinking whats going on. then the lady goes i have a stain on the bed sheets. and i go okay im aware of it as during the night i don't know what happened but i must have got a cut or something and a bit of blood was left on the sheets. then she told me it cost me 3000 baht to replace the bed sheet. then this is where i think its just over board, the sheets alone cost more than the 3 days i stayed there, not only did i not enjoy my stay i paid twice as much as i needed to. where at over 6000 baht i could have rented out a nice villa or something else instead! NEVER AGAIN! i need to go back to phuket in april, but im sure not to book Best Western again!

Very bad internet connection in rooms. Extremely frustrating. Very difficult to sleep because hallways are very noisy with other guests and their children making allot of noise slamming doors, or talking loud, or playing in the halls. Location is 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Should not call hotel "Patong BEACH Hotel".

Pros - good location, roof top pool, nice breakfast served until 11am, and good sized clean room Cons - The thing with big chains like this is you lose the personal feel you have with a smaller hotel. It lacks this. Only 6 beds at the pool. We smashed a glass by accident in the room and were charged 200 b (4 pounds is a bit steep in my opinion)

Location is great - close to Junceylon, Bangla etc. but still very quiet in the room Breakfast is GREAT - lots of options, always changing Beds are comfortable, compared to some other hotels I've stayed at in Patong Rooms are clean, showers and A/C work great, mini bar is actually decently priced Rooftop pool is nice, although the view is nothing too spectacular. Nonetheless, it's a good spot to relax. Good gym for a basic workout to counter the extra food you'll be eating UDOMSAK from reception is great - very friendly, very helpful. He took the initiative to ask us if we needed to keep our bags in storage after check out on the last day. He also asked us if we needed to organise a taxi and he did all of that for us. All employees should have the attitude of Udomsak, he's fantastic

For first time travellers to Phuket it was great to stay in an hotel where the staff were wanting to help us enjoy our time there. We cannot recommend the service highly enough. We had a problem with our email server and general manager Jay went out of his way to help, calling in his IT manager to solve our problem which was not related to the Best Western. Following Jay's advice we had one of the best meals at an eatery he told us about. The chilli paste clams were outstanding. Thank you and congratulations on making our stay memorable.

This hotel is in good location for everything in Patong. The hotel is clean and tidy and the breakfast is good. Swimming pool at rooftop which is nice. I stay at superior Room, 1 Queen Bed, Balcony City View. So far all ok and i really like this hotel.

Excellent service and very attentive staff from the bell man right up to the GM, I original booked for one night and extended my stay to 8 nights as the hotel was perfect in the best location that accompanied with the personal service given by all the staff the place cant be beaten

The hotel was lovely we enjoyed it so much!! The pool is very nice and rooms are great clean and comfortable. Best location. We are vegans and the chef every morning made us special food was delicious. The manager and the crew are so kind and helpful. Highly recommended!!!! :)

We really loved staying here we normally stay down at Patong beach but this hotel was just a short walk to shopping Centre,Bangla road, beach and much more with taxis available 24/7 they have a great roof top swimming pool and free Wifi. The breakfast,Lunch and Dinner are amazing too.They also have a bar and live music .We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and my husband had asked the manager about a suggested restaurant for us the staff arranged a beautiful restaurant and a fantastic view at 9th Floor roof top restaurant it was incredible we will definitely be back and recommend this hotel thanks to Mr Jay Penno and all the staff for a memorable holiday

This hotel is in a very good location for everything in Patong. The hotel is clean and tidy and the breakfast is good. They have a outside bar at the front which is really good to sit out and just watch the world go by ..beer about 100 baht. The only downside to this hotel is the small rooms but all in all a really nice hotel.

What a great place to stay. All the staff were exceptional and always greeted you with a big smile and nothing was too much trouble. As I have a leg injury the Front Office Manager and Aoy the head housekeeper went to great lengths to soften the bed and make my stay more comfortable. Pakru (driver) always gave helpful suggestions on things to see and do in Phuket and his driving was excellent. Breakfast was varied, plentiful and a great start to the day. The egg chef cooked the eggs, omelettes and fried bread. The waitresses at breakfast remembered and bought a cappuccino to my wife everyday without asking. The room was exceptionally clean and the air con was cold with individual controls. A big thank you to the front desk staff and security for promptly stopping excessive noise from a large tour group ensuring a good nights sleep. The gym and the pool were added bonuses to our stay. I would highly recommend a stay at the Best Western Patong Beach

Ive stayed here for 3 nights , it was very good experience. the hotel is 5 minutes walking to the shopping mall. nearby are many arabic restaurants plus the thai seafood big restaurants and 7/11 .. rooms were clean well maintained. breakfast is 5 of 10

This is my second visit to this hotel and once again I have found it to be just what you need for a trip to Patong. The hotel rooms are immaculately clean, the staff are very friendly and obliging and go out of their way to accommodate any of your needs. The features here that continue to impress are the roof top pool, with it's bar, the extensive breakfast buffet, and of course, Mana Smokehouse Restaurant. I have eaten in this restaurant a couple of times and what a treat to find something different in Thailand. Great smokey ribs, burgers, hot dogs, plus an enticing array of house specials, and the wedges are to die for. There is of course a second menu if you choose to follow the local Thai flavours. What surprised me most is the inexpensive cost for this type of food. Cheaper to eat here than at the markets. The hotel is a great $ value hotel, very close to the very large Jungceylon shopping centre and all the interesting markets and beaches. I will certainly be putting this hotel on my 'to stay places' for future visits.

This is a great hotel to stay in! The staff were exceptionally helpful, the breakfast buffet was always delicious & we had a really enjoyable night in with room service too. The kids really loved the rooftop pool & they loved feeding the Koi fish each morning! The hotel facilities are really good & the rooms are so clean. The staff are just lovely, even remembering our breakfast preferences. We loved staying here it was really central to lots of restaurants, shopping & the markets without being noisy at night! Thanks Best Western Patong Beach, we will be back!

Hotel is lovely, very clean and great facilities. Room was lovely and restaurant also nice, breakfast buffet was excellent. Hotel is in a good location, five minute walk from the beach and a two minute walk from Bangla walking street, the Main Street for bars etc which is definitely an experience! Saying that, the hotel is very quiet even though it is so close to a busy area.

We booked our hotel here during our holiday in phuket. The room was amazing we have the view of patong where we can see the beach. The hotel was very accessible to restaurants and to bangla road. The food choices for the breakfast was amazing. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and nice. They always assure that if we are ok and fine. Thanks to the team of best western for making our holiday so happy and wonderful. cheers ????
