Best Western Plus Music Row

This is my 3rd time at Best Western Plus in Nashville and I intend to return. Of special note is the breakfast buffet and the friendly and helpful staff. Rebecca at the omelet station and Tina who manages the kitchen are terrific and the quality and variety of the food and coffee are a plus!

The hotel is clean. Close to The Gulch and about a mile to downtown where all the bars are. I want to give a big shout out to TINA who works in the kitchen(breakfast time). Tina made sure I had everything I needed, asked me every morning how I was doing. She lent me a tray so I could bring my food upstairs and eat it in quietness. She seems to care about the customers. Thank you Tina for everything you did. ❤️

The best, Best Western we have stayed in. Great staff great rooms, we love a good strong shower and this definitely ticks that box. Great location a great selection of bars and restaurants 5 min walk away. Good selection for breakfast and the omelettes are a great touch.

Great place to stay for the Grand Ole Opry which is a short drive away. We ate supper at Mission BBQ in the mall next to the Opry which was a short walk away. King room was comfortable and quiet. Free breakfast had Croissants, bacon, eggs, link sausage, toast, bagels, English muffins, yogurt, fruit, small muffins, 2 waffle makers, coffee and juices and more. The further from the Opry you can park the sooner you can leave.

This is a lovely place to stay with very friendly and helpful staff. You're about a 10 minute stroll to the Gulch area where bars restaurants and shops are, also the Gibson Guitar shop. A further 15/20 minutes and you're in the heart of Nashville. The hotel itself is clean and offers excellent facilities, the buffet breakfast allows you a real taste of America and lets you fill up before you start your day. Highly recommended.

We had an outstanding experience at The Best Western Plus Music Row Nashville TN! The Front Desk Staff helpful and friendly . The entire building is very well kept & very clean. Tina at the breakfast room was the most helpful, I need gluten foods & she had some gf bread available & everything tasted great. Tina works efficiently to ensure the breakfast items are always stocked & alwaya has a friendly greeting to guests. A great place to stay! Location is ideal close to everything walkable to a lot!!!! Definitely stay there if I return to Nashville!!

Very clean, modern hotel with excellent staff, and amenities! The location is perfect to walk to all the restaurants, bars, and museums. And the price is amazing! I have been driving across America using Choice Suites hotels and this Best Western convinced me to come back to Best Western!

It was a great place to stay! The staff was very professional, the rooms were so nice and clean and I loved the breakfasts in the morning. It was a great way to start the day. It was within walking distance to downtown Broadway where there were great attractions! I really enjoyed my sister and my stay and will be staying with a Best Western Plus again in the future! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

They front desk staff lies to us then overcharged us. The screwed up our reservation and handled it rudely and unprofessional. Nice hotel good location terrible staff. I would not stay here again after having stayed there more than 10 times.

We had an outstanding experience at The Best Western Plus Music Row Nashville TN! From the Front Desk Staff who were extremely helpful and friendly to cleanliness, ie lobby's, hallways, and rooms were perfect ! A great place to stay! Location is ideal close to everything walkable to a lot!!!! Definitely stay there if returned to Nashville!!

Excellent service, nicely decorated and comfortable rooms. Homemade omlette was a nice touch! Easy walk to the Gulch. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is very festive with Taylor Swift and Elvis cutouts in the lobby. Nice to have parking on site.

We stayed here a 2 nights on our way through Nashville. It is a great place to stay as we could easily walk to the venues that we wanted to stay. The omelets and other breakfast options are delicious and there is something for everyone. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

My SIL and I stayed here. It was a wonderful stay. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. The room were spacious, clean and comfortable!! We will definitely stay here again.

Vacation to see Nashville and perfect location to walk the mile to the heart of the music & restaurants. The hotel is beautifully updated. The temperpedic beds were awesome! Staff are exceptionally kind and helpful!

Over all the hotel was fine. Parking was on site and easy - $18 a night. About a 20 min walk to Broadway - 2 minutes to midtown. if you take an Uber to Broadway it's about $9-13 US dollars one way. The staff was very nice. Our first room smelt of cigarettes and they were quick to change us to another room that smelt better. The mattresses themselves were comfortable, the bedsheets however gave me what felt like rug burn because they were so rough. (bring your own sheets if you can) Also the towels were the same way. Cleanliness was average, its what I would expect at a hotel like this. Tv had a lot of channels available, Free massage chairs in the lobby that was a nice touch. Breakfast was your average continental breakfast. did not use pool or gym. If your not spending much time at the hotel its a decent choice however I won't be back.

It was OK - as we were here for Nashville rather than a hotel as such we got away with it, but I would not choose to stay on Music Row again now I know how far away it is from the action. Parking on site was helpful. No bar in the hotel not helpful. Breakfast better than advertised - plenty to choose from.

All the staff were amazingly helpful and very friendly, you had a sense of a personal feel to a chain hotel, your comfort genuinely mattered to them They sorted out my pillow problem and kindly added guitar pillows as a nice touch for my daughter The omelettes were cooked to perfection and so bespoke the lady always added potatoes to mine I met a lady who returns here often as it's so good and I can see why! If you don't fancy the walk or the Uber there are scooters very close by HIGHLY recommend

This hotel was the best in our whole 3 weeks of travelling USA. Run by lovely staff who were very welcoming. Big, clean & tidy rooms. Communal areas very relaxing and free hot drinks available at any time. Very nice breakfast with omelette station. It is a bit of a walk to Broadway but, had I not had a broken foot at the time, this would not have been an issue! There is also a small strip of restaurants/bars at closer distance just around the corner. All in all, a fantastic stay, thank you.

This hotel was the best choice for a last minute stay. Without knowing the area, we scheduled a two-night stay at another hotel chain for 2 nights away from downtown. When we arrived to check in, the manager wouldn't let my husband use the lobby bathroom even though we had prepaid our reservation. We cancelled and were desperate to make last-minute reservations so I chose Best Western Plus Music Row. Annie at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. I would describe our stay as refreshing, clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was beyond the usual hot breakfast. We could walk to restaurants and some tourist sights. Thank you front desk employees and Tina the breakfast lady.

front desk staff are not welcoming, acted like i couldnt afford parking charges, leftover food and drink in fridge from last guest, no towels in room and staff was not helpful on fixing these issues..

this property was well staffed. The staff were very responsive and attentive to needs. The breakfast included a made to order omelet that was a nice surprise. There was the added comfort of a well-lit and monitored parking area with added security patrols at night. really added to our comfort level to know we and our belongings were safe.

Our stay was satisfactory, which is what you'd expect. But the best part of this motel was a breakfast attendant who's name is Tina! She was helpful, friendly, and had great customer service. I'd stay there again, just for her! lol!

Stayed for 3 nights, hotel staff was amazing, very professional and courteous. Rooms were clean and very nice, beds were comfortable. The ladies working the breakfast buffet were absolutely the best. The omelet bar was a treat. The pool area was fantastic. We were walking distance to everything. Really enjoyed the bars and music on Demonbreun St just 1 block over. We will defiantly return!!! The power did go out for a while on our 2nd day but the staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was back on in about an hour.

The boys was nice—- BUT. Upon check in, my credit card was taken by the staff, and the information was scanned. There was a lot of confusion while I was checking in “training” a new employee, and general chaos about th experience, so it didn't occur to me until the credit card company reached out with a fraud alert that it had happened. I always use tap to pay or Apple Pay as I've been compromised several times…. And this was a new card. Within 48 hours, my card was compromised with fraudulent charges. I reached out to best western, but they never followed up on the complaint as to why someone would actually physically need to scan the card. No other hotel (I travel a decent amount) has ever had me hand over my card. They have me use the terminal mounted on the counter- which I was also asked to do after the clerk scanned the card. Be cautious if you stay here. Don't give them your credit card.

This a great hotel. It is super clean, all the staff are friendly and helpful and smile and greet you everytime you come in or leave the lobby. The breakfast was very good and the made to order omelettes are such a nice touch.The room was very comfortable and the shower was really nice. We will definitely stay at the Best Western Music Row again.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days. The hotel exceeded in every way; check-in, cleanliness, quality of linens, pillows, breakfast, friendliness of all staffing personnel. The front desk was always greeting us with a smile and asking what can I do for you. The help with navigating the city, booked tours for us and treated us like best friends. They even have those complete large massage chairs free of charge to use to customers. I highly recommend this hotel. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Annie at the front desk was such a pleasure to work with.

From the initial contact to the last minute, everything about the staff, amenities, room, and breakfast was such a pleasure. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone interested in staying near downtown Nashville. A great restaurant very close, food delivery fast and hot, and a full breakfast served every morning. Terrific value!

Found a questionable bug in the bed and husband had bites on his leg. Management said it was not a bed bug. Room smelled horrible. I would never stay here again and would advise looking somewhere else.

The check in process was very easy and simple. They do have an extra charge for parking $15 a night. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good and had a great variety. Would stay again!

Great stay. Clean rooms and friendly staff. They upgraded my room for free just for being a BW rewards member. Close to everything Nashville has to offer. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Just started booking at BW Plus hotels. We usually book with Wyndham. BW Plus hotels are so much nicer. We loved our stays. Their breakfast is amazing! My husband loves the biscuits and gravy. The pools are clean. We enjoyed them. Staff have always been friendly.

Always a great experience at this hotel The location is excellent and the facility is great. Breakfast always good here. The Omelette bar is a nice touch. Very close to some great little music venues that are off of Broadway.

Great place to stay. Very clean and great breakfast! This was a great location in Midtown Nashville. Only a 20 minute walk to Broadway. Our room was clean and comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

The hotel is located on Music Row and a 10 minute walk from trendy Gulch neighborhood. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had a rain shower head. Nice to have a outdoor pool and decent fitness center.

Clean rooms, nice staff, good breakfast, close to downtown activities but recommend driving to city center to park and walk to broadway. We used Uber to get to Nissan stadium for football game which was pretty easy, long wait trying to catch Uber back from the game.

We visited this hotel about 10 years ago. At that time we liked to hotel and chose the same hotel, at we were in town again. My husband and I stayed for 5 Nights this time. Friendly staff at the reception. Nice and clean. We were handed small tickets on arrival. These tickets were used for the breakfast omelettes. We marked what kind if ad-ons we wanted, and within a few minutes our omelettes were finished. They tasted perfect. Also, you could have toast, make your own waffle or pancake. There was yoghurt, Apples, toast, small muffins or cakes, cream cheese, marmelade, different cereals, coffee, juice. All tasted Well Our room was spacious (handicap room with Roll in shower). 2 Queen size beds, very comfortable. Large parking lot - 75$ for 5 days. The hotel is in walking distance to several bars and restaurants. About 2 Miles to downtown attractions. In the lobby you will find 2 complimentary massage chairs. There is a pool behind the hotel (didn't use this). No Dinner restaurant at the hotel.

We had the best time staying here! You walk into excellence. The cleanest room and amenities! A hot breakfast bar The most comfortable beds! We enjoyed the pool and fitness are. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

We travel about and this is the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. For the affordable price I couldn't say anything bad about this place. It was very clean, beds were comfortable and they replaced towels and made the beds we haven't had that at a hotel since before Covid. I liked the later check out time and the free beverages and the massage chairs the best. And staff were nice and accommodating. Thank you for providing a classy place to stay for an affordable price! We will definitely be returning.

Really enjoying our 2 night stay here. Arrived here after a very long road trip and the staff were so so friendly. They upgraded us and also advised of free hot and cold drinks in the reception area as well as the massage chair in reception. The room was clean, comfortable and we had the best restful night. I'm vegetarian and the lovely reception staff advised on places to order for Indian vegetarian and also what would be available for breakfast next day. The breakfast was great as was able to make my own waffles. The room was serviced after day 1 with clean towels and sheets. There's also a little laundry area just doors away from our room. Overall we had the best stay so far into our 21 day tour of America! We were able to rest and recuperate and the added bonus of fantastic service. Recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed that they offered iced tea as an option other than coffee. Breakfast was awesome everyday. They offer build your own omelet. The place was always clean even the outside. It is a little ways from downtown but we liked that because it was quiet at night.

The hotel is in a great location, it's walking distance to everything that we wanted to do. The rooms were nice, very clean, the beds were comfortable. The staff was great and very helpful. The free breakfast was great but the made to order omelets left a lot to be desired, just get the scrambled eggs. We would definitely stay there again!

Great breakfast.... good location and clean room. Nice hard beds too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are a few restaurants nearby that are within walking distance as well. The Mexican restaurant across the street was very good with great Margarita's and lots of food selections. You can also take the trolley tour not too far from the hotel. Walk to the shuttle stop is just 3 or 4 blocks from the hotel.

We arrive to check in and before we can speak to anyone I hear a lady saying my name and the third party group I used to book the reservation. She approaches the desk and says, "no, your reservations been canceled, they should have reached out to you." She demands I pay her an additional $100 dollars after saying the rate was $17 less than what they accept on a regular basis. I offer to pay her the $17 and she said, "no we don't have the money!" Either way, she was very rude and never gave an explanation further than the fact that they didn't have the money but that's understandable as an agreement with 3rd parties usually have a stipulation as to how and when they'll receive the final settlement. Either way, they ruined our trip and took up about an hour of our time basically not explaining much. We ended up going to HAYES STREET HOTEL and met the nicest valet lady, Cecret, and great hotel staff too. Save your sanity, time, and money and do not even try to book at Best Western plus! The staff was rude and ill- informed. They are being investigated by corporate for their demand for money on the spot with little explanation. STAY AT HAYES STREET HOTEL INSTEAD!

You spend very little time in a room except to sleep and we checked out after one night because the beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast is great and the rooms and supplies were good. We travel with a service animal and I was surprised by the amount of items he found on floor. Other than that what you could see was very clean.

Good location to catch the Hop on Hop off bus and for restaurants. The rooms are comfortable equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The breakfast is really good with the added benefit of an omelet bar done to your specific likes. The staff are courteous and friendly. The only negative I would say is having to pay for parking at this hotel. In spite of that I would highly recommend this hotel .

Overall, our stay was great. Hotel was in a great location just off the interstate close to restaurants and sports arenas. My issue was the $15 a night charge to park in the parking lot. This may be normal, but I have never experienced this.

Was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of this clean, courteous, greatly located, easy hotel. We stayed during an unusual snow storm during the Christmas holidays and they made our trip so enjoyable considering the circumstances

We stayed here on a recommendation from a friend! Glad we did. It was within a short walking distance to the gulch and Broadway too! The breakfast included was more than we expected! It was a short 10-15 minute drive to the Blue Bird cafe.

Front desk never smiled. Had to request check -in gift. As diamond select member I expected better than "you can wait for your room to be ready or pay $79 early check-in fee for a room that is ready. We will call you when your room is ready". (They never called)

Great hotel. Clean, well maintained. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Fantastic selection. Enough equipment in fitness room for decent workout and the pool is outside. Used only one morning before the weather turned. Would definitely stay here again. 20 minute walk to Broadway street action.

This place has it all! Great location - short walk to bars on Broadway, great breakfast - including made to order omelets, great value for the cost - especially when you consider free breakfast as part of overall cost. Rooms were not overly large but were updated, nice decor and very clean.

Typically, the breakfast with Omelette-maker is a highlight. Good, secure location. Staff is nice. Parking cost is relatively inexpensive. The wireless works very well, even for devices such as Roku. Standard amenities.

Spent one night here. Arrived with our truck pulling a boat trailer. We were able to park no problem. Room was great. Clean & well appointed. Took a cab to Broadway street which was nice & close. Enjoyed a few cocktails before heading back for the night. Breakfast in the morning was also great, complete with made to order omelettes!

The BW Music Row is about a mile from the cacophony of Broadway, but easily accessible by car to the Grand Ole Opry, the Ryman, The various museums, Vanderbilt U. as well as smaller venues to catch local acts.

Wow the decoration of these bar is so Beautiful design and Good music qualities are at here. They provide us Best service . All the management team workers are good and moral character. We really high recommended

This hotel is top notch in every sense. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, including the person who made the omeletts in the morning. The hotel is situated close to great shopping, restaurants and other Nashville attractions. We would definitely book this hotel on our next visit to Nashville.

Hotel is within walking distance to bars and restaurants in The Gulch, and walkable to the Broadway area where the bars are. You'd probably want to Uber back after a night of fun!~ Hotel has been renovated and looks great. Beds were to hard for my liking, but that was it. Great breakfast each morning (except for the potatoes!)

Absolutely one of the worst experiences in my life I'm not sure why the where so rude. Super 8 is much better across the street. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had and 99.9% of the time is wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay at BW Plus Music Row very much. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean with top notch amenities. The location was great since it was close to most of the major attractions.

We stayed two nights....its a best western plus so its a nicer hotel although the beds are hard and had light blankets. Its about a 20 min easy walk to downtown Nashville/Broadway. Cross the street and walk to the parking lot of the Comfort Inn. Take Demonbreun St. towards the downtown area and you will end up Country Music Museum. Broadway runs parallel to this street. It felt safe. You are near Gulch and Music Row...not much to see- some bars. Nice touch is they offer made to order omlete for breakfast. Hotel is clean and well maintained. They also charge $10/day for parking. Why not just include it in the cost of the hotel?

The one thing I will remember is the smell of cleanliness everywhere. Room was comfortable,if a little annoying that people seemed to wander the corridors at night. Location wise perfect for Tailgate brewery or walk on for 30 mins to Broadway downtown. Or left to other pubs and restaurants.

Very Convenient location. The room was nice and the Bed was comfortable the staff was very friendly. The Breakfast with an omelet station was an unexpected bonus. It's a great value for the money. I was having issues with walking and they were thoughtful and our room was close to the elevator which no appreciated.

This hotel is about a 25-30 minute walk to downtown. We would take an Lyft ride downtown and walk home late at night. Hotel was quiet and clean. Beds very comfortable and had a great breakfast with made to order omelettes. Staff friendly and helpful

Great location. Walkable distance to some restaurants. Not a bad distance from Broadway, so uber was only a couple of dollars. Place seemed cleaned and well managed. Good breakfast selection with the omelet option. Quiet

At 2:45 AM the smoke detector low battery warning started chirping. It took me about 10 minutes to figure out what it was. I called someone came up quickly and took the smoke detector out of the room. I felt I should've gotten a significant discount. The hotel manager says it's not the hotels fault The battery running low.

Best Western Music Row has been an oasis under 20 years of music trips to Nashville. Only about 900 meters from the hectic Broadway. My first trip 1999 was the first for new management. It was 1-2 stars. But every year has they develop the hotel and now it´s like a 4-star place. And Latha who met us in reception 20 years ago is now general manager. A guerantee for ongoing development. The hot breakfast buffe include even on demand maked omelettes. And Tina runs the breakfast kitchen completely unsurpassed.

Honestly the prettiest Best Western I've stayed in. Breakfast was great. So close to downtown. The price was great! Wasn't able to use many of the amenities as this was a quick overnight trip for a concert. Our room over looked the pool ( which looked nice) and a pretty park that was lovely! Would definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend

2 couples traveling for fun to Nashville. Thought we had a good price and value. Good location. About 1 mile to Broadway that we walked daily. Staff was nice and attentive. Had made to order omelet every day!

Loved the location. We walked to Vanderbilt and downtown. - Both are a ways away so it is a good mile to both. We are walkers so it wasn't a problem. - It would have been nice if the hotel provided a shuttle (even for a fee). Especially coming back after a long day downtown.

We were so happy we booked this hotel. Super clean, helpful staff and awesome breakfast choices. Within walking distance to The Gulch area (at the most 10 minutes). The pool was clean and very enjoyable. We will definitely book this hotel again when we go back to Nashville!

Had a 1 night stay and walked the 15 minutes down to Broadway…. The Uber ride back was $6.63… enjoyed the stay but we didn't get a chance to use the outdoor pool … highly recommend. Room was clean and service was very good overall

Great hotel, wonderful staff, perfect location and delicious breakfast included. A 15 minute walk to most of the sites, in a quiet spot for sleep. Would highly recommend for business or pleasure stays.

We have been traveling from AZ to NC and are making our way back to AZ. The Nashville Best Western was the best one so far. 6 different Best Westerns, so far, on this trip and Nashville will definitely be on the list to stay again during our next road trip.

Hands down the best bang for your buck in this location. Really enjoyed the pool, cleanliness, comfortable bed, tv, great shower and service. An easy walk to the main stretch downtown, and a mini fridge for the leftovers. My husband and I were really only looking for a place to sleep at a reasonable price, but this hotel far exceeded our expectations, and we ended up spending a good amount of time relaxing here during our stay. Comparable/even better than other hotels in the area with much heftier price tags. Highly recommend!

This property is located adjacent to downtown, near restaurants shopping and night life. Overall property is ok with decent sized rooms. Great free breakfast nice lobby area with space for meeting or entertaining. Nice office area if u need to print copy or scan. It's okay to stay.

Hotel was clean With friendly staff, rooms were comfortable. But not a close hotel from Boardway (Honky Tonk Hwy) need to take a Uber up & Back which it is $$. Need to be able to walk a lot….but when weather is hot, not good. Hotel should offer shuttle to at least the “Gulch” with has restaurants & shopping. It is only 1 mile away.

1 mile walk to Broadway and all the action, nice breakfast buffet included but restaurant got very crowded on weekend. We encountered some issues with a/c not working ( older hotel) and some poor service from housekeeping, however we've been Best Western customers for years and usually it's reliable clean accommodations for a good price…these issues were the exception to our usual BW experience.

My husband and I enjoyed the hotel/pool/breakfast and location. Walked to restaurants in the Gulch and got an uber for Broadway day drinking. It was perfect location. Pool was clean and refreshing in July.

Unfortunately, the mattress was terrible, very uncomfortable and noisy when moving or rotating. I do not recommend this hotel for the current price point of approximately one hundred fifty dollars plus the overnight parking charge.

Close to the Nashville action downtown. Located in Music Row. You can walk to The Gulch in 10 minutes, Broadway in 20. Lots of restaurants and clubs around. Super clean and updated. Best breakfast I've seen in a Best Western in a long time. Expansive variety of food and custom omelets. Rooms are quiet even though it's on a busy street.

I was n a business trip, decided to stay for the 4th and see the fireworks and concert in the park. Not disappointed at all! Staff was very attentive, respectful and friendly. I travel with my service dog, Nala and they were all super during my entire stay. I felt welcomed and had no issues. Place was immaculately cleaned and the breakfast included had omelet station where a very friendly chef was making them to the requests of guests! An added bonus, they only charge $10 per night for parking, much less than most of the other downtown hotels!

This is a great hotel. Our stay was comfortable and the staff were great. The only complaint I have, it isn't as close to downtown as I thought it was. It made it more difficult to get to the downtown area as we had members in our party that were unable to walk the distance.

Not my first choice ,.though this turned out very well. Blues and Bluegrass were about an 8 minute walk. Parking , a premium here was $10 a day . Free breakfast was very good. Comfort vg , decor vg. No bar .

Great location within reasonable walking distance to Music Row/Broadway for our one night in Nashville. Friendly staff, welcoming lobby and well-decorated rooms. BUT … the floors in our room were filthy. The pergo-like floor in the entrance and bathroom had not been mopped (spilled drink stains and something sticky in bathroom) and the carpet hadn't been recently vacuumed. The bedsheets were decent, but the bed had a foam mattress or topper and was hard/firm. Pillows were square instead of the traditional size and just awkward. The shower head was on the ceiling for what appears to be for the “waterfall” effect - wth. No one wants to feel like they're being water boarded while washing their face. And if you're like me, I wash my hair every 2-3 days; impossible to keep it dry when the water is literally coming straight from the ceiling. To be fair, they offered shower caps, but come on. This also made it very difficult to wash anything below the waist, just not a functional setup. We'd probably stay here again (limited to 1-2 nights) because the price is reasonable for the location and parking is $10/nt versus others at $30-50/nt, but I'd check the cleanliness of the room before unpacking and bring my own shower cap. ;-)

Hotel was in a great location close to everything, easy walk to downtown broadway street and music row was next to the hotel. Hotel was clean and modern and the staff was friendly, the omelette station at breakfast was a nice touch.

The breakfast was phenomenal. Free parking too. The place was clean and inviting. I liked that I could make a reservation with “them” verses an 800 number. We stayed in four different motels over three months and this one was the nicest. Not sure if it had a shuttle to Broadway but that would make it ideal.

If anyone is looking for a reasonably priced place to stay close to Broadway, this is the place. Walking distance or short Lyft or Uber ride. Clean rooms, complimentary breakfast and everyone is polite and helpful. Highly recommend for a Nashville visit.

Hotel was overall in good shape. Quite a lot of noise from the hallways, not due to guests so much as just thin walls/door allowing sound into the room. Bill was wrong upon check-out which I had to call to get corrected - charged for parking even after I told them at check-in I had no vehicle. Very good location - close to restaurants, shopping, tours, etc. Staff did a good job keeping the place clean and breakfast was fantastic.

Conveniently located just a few minute walk to The Gulch neighborhood and a quick Lyft or scooter ride downtown. Our room was very clean and comfortable. With the crazy price of hotels in Nashville right now this was a more affordable option that did not disappoint.

Music Row...about a mile and a half walking distance to downtown Nashville. Full free breakfast....Omelettes pancakes coffee teas juices... very clean, friendly place........ coming again in Sept !!! I work for a major Airline too so I know this place is great !!!

First thing I noticed was a urine smell in the bathroom. Every time I went in it was very strong. When I got ready for bed, the pillow cases had stains on them. There was also a crusty/hard thing on one. Shower water was warm at best. Very uncomfortable shower. Waffle batter machine broken, when pointed out to the person I was told she didn't have time for this and it was my fault for pushing the button back too hard.

Top notch hotel with excellent staff. The entire property was super clean. Great location. The breakfast hours set were good. The omelet bar was good. Tina was very helpful, kept the area super clean and one time I heard her signing in the back, which to me says she really enjoys her job.

We enjoyed the breakfast facilities and the fitness centre. The staff are great and friendly when they understand English. The hotel is about a 20 minutes walk to the down town busy Broadway area with the live music bars and entertainment. The locals go to the cheaper bars located in the west of the city (or just ask a local). Nashville is an expensive city.

Rooms were very clean and large. The breakfast had many options. All day free coffee. It is located 1 mile from Honky Tonk Hwy so it was easily reached by walking. Felt safe walking back in the late evening. Uber was available. Price was very good. Close to the Grand Ole Opry and Paula Deens restaurant.

Music Row Best Western is an amazing hotel. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean. There were many options on the buffet, and hot! The hotel is only a short walk to many restaurants and shops.

We booked one night at The Best Western Plus in Nashville on our drive to Savannah. For a Monday night most of the hotels downtown were priced at $400-$800 a night. After reading all the positive reviews on Trip Advisor we decided to book the Best Western Plus Music Row as it was priced well and in close proximity to downtown. The hotel has parking for $10/ night which is great as most hotels were charging $38-$48. The parking lot is an outdoor lot. The staff was friendly and the hotel is clean. The rooms were very nice as they appear to have been recently remodeled. For a $10 Lyft ride we went downtown to have dinner and listen to live music. We did take a taxi cab back to the hotel and the cab said it was a flat rate of $20. The hotel has a workout room and an outdoor pool. There is also a complimentary breakfast that was good. I would highly recommend staying at the Best Western Plus while visiting Nashville.

The Best Western Plus Music Row is a great hotel! The hotel is approximately a 15 minute walk to Broadway Street, local museums, and Assembly Food Hall. As long as you stay on populated streets, it is a safe walk. The rooms are clean; the beds are comfortable; and the shower's water was hot, which I loved! After researching copious hotels, I chose this hotel because it is NOT pet friendly; daily parking rates were reasonable; the overall cost was lower than most surrounding hotels; and based on the website and reviews, the room was nice. Although I elected to pay $10 per night to park, there is plenty of untimed, free street parking (security does not check street parking). Should I visit Nashville again, I will definitely stay here again.

My first experience at a Best Western Plus and it won't be my last. Great location, wonderful room with fridge and microwave, and a fabulously comfortable king-sized bed. Hot breakfast in the AM, too. Lovely staff at the reception desk. They were always so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again the next time I'm in Nashville.

Our view of a rooftop was a disappointment and the odour of the carpeting in our room was not pleasant. Clean room , lobby and breakfast area were clean, great decor and friendly staff. Location was good; paying $10 per night for outdoor parking meant good security

Great morning atmosphere, pleasant/helpful/wonderful staff (breakfast/front desk/housekeeping). Wonderful omelette bar, biscuits gravy, sausage, fruit, several cereals, yogurt, coffee, juices, waffles, toast, muffins. I am baffled that we saw know one leaving these hard working wonderful people a tip in their tip box.

Stayed at the Best Western in Nashville for two nights. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was piping hot and made-to-order. Great variety of breakfast items. Hotel is conveniently located to the downtown Nashville music scene. We were able to walk to all sites.

We stayed here in 2019 to see a Bama-Vanderbilt football game. The property has been upgraded since we stayed here & we were very pleased with our room. The breakfast offerings were great-especially the omelet bar! Room was spacious & bed was very comfortable. Surprised that our room was serviced during our stay since we were not used to this during COVID-another plus! We didn't have a car, so can't comment on the parking. It isn't a bad walk to the Gulch or Broadway-we would try different routes each day from the hotel-easy Uber ride back to the airport from here.

Best Western Music Row is actually a decent place to stay. The owners try hard to make this a decent place. Its freshly remodeled and is clean. The beds are tempurpedic and awesome, although at first feel very hard. The breakfast is okay, and will make due. Location is decent to the convention center and Broadway. I will suggest a few changes. The cons /feedback: Please stop folding the towels in the bathroom. You do this to make it look nice maybe, but it is not. Also, please get rid of the omelet coupons, this is a joke if you forget one. You are treating guests like high school kids at lunchtime. Increase your breakfast selection, it feels cheap. Also, keep your pricing relevant, its getting high and exceeding what you offer. Please dont charge for parking. This is incredibly cheap on your part. Its not clear when you book, and feels like a predatory charge. Overall I would stay here again and would recommend this to anyone. Just a few quirks, but no big deal.

Great hotel in a safe and good location. We would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was really good and they had a nice selection. They even make your choice of omelets while you wait. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Do not stay here. We had a large group of athletes on our floor that were unruly and the one desk clerk at night was not able to control them. It cost us 2 nights of sleep! Yes we should have checked out after the first night but we were assured it wouldn't happen again. Shame on us for trusting them. The manager was unsympathetic to the chaos that we dealt with at 2am-4am two nights in a row. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MANAGEMENT HERE. There's too many other hotels to chose from stay away from here!

The room and hotel were nice. No complaints other than the fraternity that was staying on the same floor for the weekend. I called the front desk multiple times because of the noise. Nothing was done. I even had to tell them twice to keep it down. Not a good way to run a business.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was good, 10 minute walk to the Gulch 25 minutes to Broadway. We walked, but those who don't want to walk, it is inexpensive to Uber downtown (watch out for surge pricing). Rooms were clean, breakfast was included with a made to order omelette station with plenty of other options, and well stocked. Staff were helpful and friendly as well, no complaints.

Beautiful hotel located close to downtown. Walking distance to were all the action is. Brought an Uber ride back to the hotel during the night for under $9.00. Everything looked new and the hotel was exceptionally clean!!!

Comfortable Hotel a thirty minute walk from Broadway where the action is. The staff were friendly and our double bedded room was clean and tidy. The bathroom and shower were excellent. The bed wasn't the most comfortable I've slept in but was just a minor thing. The help yourself breakfasts were adequate with a great omelette station. Would happily visit again.

Rooms were nice, friendly helpful staff, great location (was able to walk to downtown to the country music hall of fame, Johnny cash museum, escape room, as well as all the bars and restaurants). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Music Row! The hotel was clean, staff were very helpful and the area could not be beat. The omelet station was also a big plus! Enjoyable stay and would definitely stay here again!!

20 minute walk to Broadway and the Bridgestone Arena. 10 minutes to The Gulch. 15 minutes from the airport. If you are going to The Grand Ole Opry, I would suggest getting an UBER. Overall stay was good. If you are a runner, music row is the better area to run in

Booked this Best Western as we are members. Very nice accommodations and great location. Very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and had an made to order omelet station. Welcoming. Parking on site for $10 a night. We could have walked to Broadway but due to weather drove and parked closer to "Honky tonk row"

Great rooms were very nice and great omelette breakfast. Staff friendly & helpful. Located close to downtown. All in all a great affordable hotel to stay at. Parking $10 nightly but was in walking distance to Music Hall & Broadway St & Ryman Theater where everything is pretty much located.

Great place to stay close to downtown without the craziness or cost of downtown. Traveled in for a long weekend with family. Our room was spotless and felt brand new. Staff was always very friendly. Greatly appreciated the early check-in after a long drive. Breakfast was wonderful and had a good variety - omelet station was a HUGE bonus. We choose this location for the price, proximity to downtown and ability to park. It was a quick 15-20 minute walk to Broadway with plenty to see and do along the way. We walked back late after a show at Bridgestone Arena and felt safe the entire walk. We would definitely stay here again and are already looking forward to our next visit.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff are friendly. The interior is decorated well with modern touches. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, the mattresses were as hard as concrete and the pillows were like trying to lay your head on a bag of gravel. I was unable to get comfortable and sleep for any length of time and got out of bed the next morning with a stiff neck and extremely sore back. If this hotel would invest in new beds, I would consider trying it again. If they aren't planning to improve the sleeping experience, I will not be back. There are LOTS of hotel options in Nashville that have fantastic, comfortable beds, so I am more inclined to pay a little more for a good night's sleep. Had I known the beds were as terrible as they are, I would have stayed somewhere else.

Room was not cleaned thoroughly, dirty plastic ware beside bed headboard. White crumbs on floor by headboard. Bathroom not clean, black hair in tub, bathroom floor not mopped barefoot prints from prior guests on floor. Bedspread stained, bed was not comfortable, sank into bed could not move around easily to get in and out. Room was very noisy, heard outside noises and hallway noises. Cold air coming in around windows and a/c unit. Witness drug use in and sexual activities in parking lot. $10.00 a day to park in parking lot of hotel...

for the price, I was expecting your normal run of the mill, nothing fancy hotel room, were we ever surprised. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms? Very bright, modern, the furniture was very cool, the light fixtures were amazing and the shower was great too! Breakfast in the morning had waffles, made to order omeletes and tons of other options. This hotel is very close to Broadway and other downtown attractions. We came for a concert at Mercy Lounge which was literally 3 minutes away.

I needed a cheap place to stay near Vanderbilt because my husband had emergent open heart surgery. I was impressed that I was able to find a clean, safe hotel in downtown Nashville at such a bargain price! Better than that, though, was the front desk staff. They listened as I chattered nervously the night before surgery, and looked genuinely happy for me when I told them that my husband had made it through. Parking was easy, in an open lot directly in front of the hotel. A huge bonus was that they completely cleaned my room accidentally in between my two nights there because I didn't have any luggage since I came here unexpectedly, and they thought I'd abandoned my room! I loved having a spotless room twice!. The only thing I can't comment on is the breakfast, as I had to be back to the hospital so early each morning. Thank you, all! I really appreciated what you did to help ease my burden.

Great place to stay! Bed was so comfortable, staff was over and above normal, breakfast, especially the custom made omelettes, was awesome!! This motel is within walking distance to many attractions, including Broadway St and the Ryman.

This is my 3rd time staying in the last month. I like that it is close to Vanderbilt and is a very nice clean property. It seems to be a very safe place to stay. I have to come back later this month and I will be staying here.

I always do a check on the beds for well you know those devil bugs some places have & this hotel was very clean & had none so don't worry about bugs. The tv is huge & great. Staff is very friendly let me charge my phone during a bad situation that was personal. They keep this place in tip top shape! Would highly recommend if you know the city or have GPS. Was a perfect stay for the concert I was working at.

I am a semi local and live just west of Nashville. I needed a place to stay due to weather and not terribly expensive. It was January but was able to walk in and get a room. The staff was very friendly. The lobby looked great, breakfast available in the AM. It was clean, nice updated decor. My room was great 2 king beds, tidy. Bathrooms nice and clean. Towels were soft. It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend it to visitors as there are many restaurants and other things to see with in walking distance. There was a small fee for parking, I was very willing to pay it and was made aware of the expense ahead if time. Very courteous instead of finding on my bill at the end.

beds were hard, tv channels only had news and religious channels heater was loud and inconsistent. Kinda bummed out. Was my friends first time in Nashville. Probably won't come back. Also breakfast was garbage

I booked this hotel as a last minute trip, upon arrival I was able to check-in at 11 instead of the 3 o'clock check in. First impression was that it was newly updated and clean. Overall, I was pleased with experience.

We had a good experience at this Best Western Plus. We had requested a room on a high floor and that was what we received. The king room was good size and had unique decor. It was clean and the bed was memory foam which was comfortable. The daily full breakfast was great They made omelets per request. The woman in breakfast area kept all the items stocked and was friendly. The hotel was a 30 minute from the heart of Broadway. We got a nice walk in twice daily. There also was a few bars within a block of the hotel. We enjoyed “Live Oak” which had original songs by singers and songwriters. We would stay at This hotel again.

We were greeted by a friendly front desk agent. We did not see a name tag. Upon entering our room we were surprised with the nice touches. A mural on the wall of Nashville, guitar pillows on the bed, nice modern storage unit, cool lights, beautiful bathroom and no musty smell. We found the mattresses to be to hard. The complimentary hot breakfast was yummy. They offered omelets, waffles, cereal, juice, coffee, yogurt, baked items etc. Sam was operating the Omelet Station. He was very pleasant. There was a nice lady taking care of the breakfast area. She was very friendly and did a great job keeping the area clean, stocked etc. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

My room was only cleaned once during my five day stay. Also, there was a tornado warning barely a mile from the hotel one night at 3 am, and the hotel did literally nothing to keep guest safe. Rooms were not called, no location was offered for guest to shelter in place. I was honestly pretty shocked by the ack of safety measures.

Beautiful property & very clean! Spacious rooms and good breakfast. Absolutely zero complaints! Located in the heart of Downtown Nashville. Lots of things to do and see. Me bed was very comfortable and even though I was next to the elevator, it was very quiet with no problems during my stay.

How good to go to an hotel in this day and age and still to have breakfast included. The breakfast was GREAT - and very welcome, with so much in Nashville being so expensive. The Omelette station was great - but the chef was a concern. He did not smile once or say a word. It made us worry about him - which took the edge off an exceptional breakfast and a tasty omelette.

With just a little more follow through this stay would have been 5 stars. Cost of parking great. Lobby and room decor great. Friendly staff. Room was not nasty but could have been more thorough with the cleanliness of the linens. Wash cloth was very dingy ( white should be white not grayish or discolored). Breakfast was great. Would give this another visit.

Nice clean hotel that is in walking distance (just over a mile) to the classic country pubs on Broadway and the Ryman. The mattress was a memory foam, which was nice, if you like that kind of thing. The breakfast had lots of choices, including an omelet bar.

First and foremost I want to say that Tina "the kitchen lady" is wonderful--she always makes sure that the food is plentiful, she is always making sure that the food area is clean, she is friendly. She is an asset to the establishment and deserves a raise. The free breakfast was very good--food was hot, tasted good and there was a good variety. Even had omelets made to order. I did not feel that the rooms were that comfortable--while the bed had a memory foam mattress it was uncomfortable. There was not much water pressure in the bathroom and it took a long time for the water to get hot. I did not like that the shower head was above my head--it was difficult to wash your lower body and I got a little off balance having to look up to rinse my face. Even when all the lights were on, it was still a little dark in the room. The room did have a lot of storage areas (closet, drawers and dresser drawers). Not much insulation to the windows--could hear just about every car that went past the hotel. The hotel staff was helpful and nice. Can walk to Broadway and the Gulch--a little bit of a hike to Broadway but not too bad. Overall an ok hotel--not the best but middle of the road.

Allow the price to match the rooms. The reason I use this chain is because of its fair price. The rooms on the 5th floor smelled of some type of fuel from the hallway. The lighting is only accessible from the switch on the light and you had to find it. Being next to the street allowed for common traffic noise as early as 6:30AM. To add, at 8am bikers ran Harley's in the parking lot for 30 minutes, I assumed they were guests. $750 for 2 nights is extreme price gauging for the weekend. I guess you do that for location only. This will be my last time at this hotel.

The location of this property is just a few blocks from The Gulch in Nashville, TN. We were able to take a short walk to great restaurants and entertainment. The property was clean, the staff was friendly and the rate was great for the location. Oh, and the memory foam mattress was amazing!

We really liked our hotel, the room and reception area was very clean. Beds were very comfortable, we slept great. The breakfast was good with the omelette bar and the other items provided. I think its silly that we have to pay $10.00 a night to park our car there. We enjoyed ourselves and would stay again.

Close to Vanderbilt hospital . Very clean hotel and friendly staff. We were allowed to hold room till afternoon in case we had to stay at hospital another day. Felt safe walking the streets in the afternoon.

Hotel was very nice, very clean. The beds are great, I slept like a baby! The breakfast is excellent, biscuit and gravy, custom omelets, eggs, waffles, etc. I will stay here on my next trip to Nashville.

Noise in room 302 was awful. You're across from the elevators and maid closet. On top of that the walls are paper thin and we didn't sleep well. The pillows are half the size of normal ones. Not sure I would recommend staying here.

We were on the road for over 2 weeks and this was the last 2 nights away from home. The breakfast selection was the best on our trip. This hotel was clean and convenient to downtown Nashville (approximately 1 mile walking distance) without breaking the bank and quiet for sleeping. Our trip was for leisure visiting Arizona, Memphis, and Nashville. We drove only because of the uncertainty of being able to rent a car once we got to our location and wanting to plan our trip in advance.

Based on my 7 nights here, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, I came to Nashville for a convention it is obvious they upped their rates for this week. I was charged over $300/night and the regular rate is now down to $144/night. My cost to stay here for a week was over $2200 U.S. and for that, I received no housekeeping except when I asked. The room smelled like sweaty feet. The temperature was difficult to regulate. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was almost NIL resulting in shaving residue, toothpaste etc. in the sink that was impossible to rinse because no water. The soda machine in the lobby, out of order the last few days. Towels only when I asked for them. No clean bedding or bed made. Housekeeping did not understand or speak English. A list that could continue. To top it off, they have a large sign in the lobby encouraging guests to sign up for their rewards program, however, what they fail to tell you is that if you book through Expedia, they will not honour it. I signed up and was advised that my $2200 U.S. stay would not get me any points because of this. I asked them to cancel my membership and was advised that I could not cancel. I was a member for life. It is impossible to cancel your membership once you sign up. IMPOSSIBLE! Nobody in the hotel, except for the front desk staff, wears masks. Guests are wandering around without masks. It seems Best Western is not aware we are in a pandemic. I feel completely disappointed and would recommend to anyone to choose a different hotel when you visit Nashville. There are many in the area that won't gouge you with these prices and expect you to stay in an uncleaned room in a property that is not safe. Best Western had one shot to impress me (and it does not take much to impress me) but I leave here totally disappointed that I spent an equivalent of 2 months of mortgage payments on a room that smells like a locker room. Never again. And now, I'm a member of a rewards program forever that I only signed up for because of the amount of money I spent staying here. I asked the question, "what happens when I die". She responded "your membership goes on forever. Wow.

Very convenient central location, quiet area but walkable to many restaurants, bars and of all of the Nashville attractions, such as Broadway/downtown Nashville, stadiums and Vanderbilt University. The complimentary hot breakfast, which included a build-your-own omelette bar, was superb compared to the typical free breakfast at most American hotels. The hotel employees were very helpful and courteous. At $10/day the parking fee was very reasonable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Great location in Nashville! Walk to the Gulch. Rooms very clean and spacious. Must comment on the awesome towels! I don't typically pay much attentions, but recent stays in other properties the towels are terrible. Not here! Luxurious new ones! Fantastic breakfast. I regret not getting the name of the breakfast attendant. She is a sweet southern lady. We have stayed in other properties all over Nashville, but I will definitely stay here again.

I have zero complaints! Hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed in!!! Very clean, beautiful interior decor, the best breakfast I have ever had that was free at a hotel!!! Comfortable bed and bedding, great shower! Plenty of towels that were nice, thick, plush and soft. Employees are extremely pleasant and helpful. We didn't want to leave!

During reservation and check in the staff was very rude. I work hospitality customer service and this staff was worried about revenue than helping a guest.. very rude when complaint was made to BW. dont recommend this hotel

It was such a pleasure to spend time here! Accomodating, kind, friendly, clean, great location. On our first night the plentiful pillows on the bed were too firm for us. On our way out sightseeing I spoke with the desk clerk inquiring if they had any others. She promised to find out and when we got back all the pillows on our bed were soft!! Suberb service!!

Had an excellent experience for the dollar. To get downtown from this location was a long walk, especially since it rained most of our stay. Tried the electric Scooter and had a mishap. We wished the city had a more reliable bus service. The free breakfast service was fabulous , they go beyond the toast and coffee and offer eggs and sausage ( wish they had bacon )

It was a Descent hotel. Overpriced though. Good complimentary breakfast. Waterfall shower only. Comfortable mattresses. True wet bar area within room including fridge and microwave. Excellent location.

Such a great hotel. We were only staying in Nashville for 1 night, we had never been there before. We weren't sure where to stay and this was a definite great choice. The from was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Nice warm shower. Really enjoyed our stay. We will keep this in our list of good hotels.

The room was nicely done with some nice touches. Overall the property is a basic BW. The breakfast had a lot of options including a fresh made omelette bar. We didn't take advantage of it other than some fruit and yogurt. There is no daily housekeeping (Covid and staffing problems), but you can ask for it if you like. They also had extra towels out on each floor in the morning. Staff was nice enough. Paid parking was plenty and seemed safe. The area is fine. I will say, though, while this place is called "music row" it is a mile+ walk. GPS sent us on path with no sidewalk on a busy street for part of it. Also the mile plus walk goes through some very empty areas with a few homeless and/or panhandlers around (Nashville has lots of them in general). So don't assume based on name you step out of hotel into the Broadway fun. We ended up using taxi/uber/lyft on any trip to/from hotel at night just to be safe. I'd definitely stay here again.

My stay at the Best Western Plus Music Row was very pleasant. My room was very clean and decor was adorable! Staff was extremely helpful. Location was very convenient -- just a mile outside of downtown. Loved the option for Breakfast included.

Very good rates compared to other similar hotels this close to major attractions (Music Row, CM Hall of Fame, etc.) Clean, comfortable rooms and a better-than-average breakfast. Front desk was super helpful straightening out an error I made with my reservation dates.

we picked the hotel at the last minute. Great location - walking distance to everything that we wanted to do. Rooms were nice, beds comfortable. Staff was great - in the world of COVID, they put out a great breakfast!

Hotel was easy to find off the highway, parking was no problem & staff were friendly & helpful. Room was very clean. Most tourist destinations (Music Row)/restaurants we wanted to visit were within walking distance. You are a bit on the outskirts so there isn't really a view from the room. We would have appreciated an area outside to sit/balcony in the eventing when we returned. Hotel set up was very good just a feature we would look for in a city hotel next time. Some of the rooms are directly across from the elevator exit but we weren't bothered by any noise as the AC fan created enough background noice. And the BW breakfast is always appreciated for something quick to grab in the morning.

The hotel was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were pleased that the full breakfast was available. The location is great. You could easily walk to restaurants and bars on Music Row or Broadway. We chose to Uber around town for the most part. Pickup and drop off was always quick and convenient.

we went to the room and found clothes in the dresser. The blanket on the bed was dirty and had big stains on it. If this was the first time I stayed at a Best Western I would stay at another chain of hotels

We enjoyed our stay at the BW Music Row! Staff were friendly and we had no complaints about our room. It was clean and nicely decorated with Nashville inspired decor. Loved that they had a handheld in the shower as well as a ceiling mount shower head. Bed was comfortable and a/c worked great! Would definitely stay again. Very nice hotel for the very reasonable price per night.

If you're a country music fan, this is a great location and the artistic flair in the room is fun and nice. Be prepared to pay for every spot your vehicle takes, and if pulling a trailer you may have to disconnect, as parking is limited. All things considered, I'm really glad we stayed here.

I stayed here 5 years ago for the Firehouse Expo. The hotel need work (updates) aka rooms,staff. This time I pleased to see both!! I was here for fun this time and it was great stay. Last time I was here I was not happy. Smelled of weed in hall ways. That was not there tis time!! Staf was very nice!!

Convenient place to stay. Parking seems to be at a premium downtown. Park at the hotel and you are within walking distance of great shops and great dining. Enjoy the fun atmosphere of the downtown Nashville scene.

Overall, it was a great experience at the BW Plus in Nashville. Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly. Check-in was easy as well. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Location was a plus too.

The lobby right when you walked in was beautiful and clean! And when I got up to my room, it was the same great quality. They even had a waterfall shower head! Also, when we asked about leaving our bags before check in, they actually just put us in our room right then and there!

Very clean and happy staff. The only thing wrong was lack of water pressure in the sink. Also no working lights on either side of bed. The room was above average in all other aspects. nice outside appearance and good parking.

This hotel was a great place for our vacation. It was located about a mile or 10 minutes drive to Broadway. This was perfect for our needs of not wanting to be too close to the noice. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel was stylish and attractive. The staff at the desk were nice and helpful. It was so refreshing to have the breakfast open. They served most all of their items except eggs and meat. They even had waffles. The price was very reasonable for Nashville. We would stay here again. The only draw back was the parking downtown which we had to use because we drove.

We arrived in our room only to find someone had used it briefly for a “quickie”. Used wet towels, used soap and lotion laying around. Bed was disheveled with pillows strewn about. When I went back to the front desk she said some one had been in there briefly but said it was clean. That's disgusting. We then got a room that smelled of smoke. Couldn't wait to leave. Bad experience.

This hotel is in a great location, which is part of the reason we picked it. However, we were less than pleased with our stay. To start, the front desk staff was unwelcoming. We were also surprised to learn that we had to pay $10 a day for parking in the hotel lot. The lot did not ever seem to run out of spaces, so it just seems like a money grab. In addition, our room had a mildewy smell and soon after we checked in my partner started sneezing uncontrollably and had watery eyes and a runny nose; similar symptoms to an allergic reaction. Our guess was that mold was coming from the AC unit. He does not ordinarily have allergies. In addition, our room was not cleaned during our 2 day stay, so we had to seek out the cleaning crew to request new towels. Finally, this area and hotel are particularly loud; there are partiers yelling outside constantly and you can hear toilets flushing from above/below/next door to your room. Overall, this was a pretty disappointing stay.

A very nice and clean hotel in a good downtown location. Rooms were clean snd comfortable, great shower , breakfast was limited but overall a good experience snd a nice place to stay. Hotel staff very accommodating.

Best Western allows Reservationdesk.com to book which is a shame as BW is a great brand but Reservationdesk.com is a fraud. We were travelling and googled BW Tennessee Music Row and thought we were reserving with the BW reservation desk as Reservationdesk.com used the BW logo. They booked us with the wrong hotel and refused to refund our money. Despite dialing the same number we booked the room with, Reservationdesk.com frequently said we had the wrong number when attempting to voice a complaint. They also added additional fees resulting in the hotel being 30% more than quoted plus an additional booking charge of something like 15$. I googled reviews and found that reservationdesk.com and endless complaints of the same nature and were considered fraudulent. The fact that BW allows a fraudulent 3rd party booking service to rip off customers is why I gave this BW a poor review.

Hotel was close to everything and affordable. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and check in/out was very easy. Only downside was not a lot of water pressure, but it would not deter me from staying again or recommending it to someone else.

Hotel in great location room was perfect. Beds were firm but comfy and the pillows was well let's just say my wife was searching the internet to get some for the house. We will definitely use this hotel again in the future

Your website states breakfast is included but due to the pandemic it will be adjusted to a "grab and go " what this hotel offered was coffee a banana a yogurt and a muffin! Wow wow wow, we stayed there so we wouldn't have to go out for breakfast. The site stated a lot more options than that. I don't drink coffee so nothing to drink for me. Had I known we would have to go out for breakfast I would of at least stayed somewhere closer to a restaurant.

The bed felt so good, room was perfect. Bathroom was spotless. I'm do not like having to pay for parking when you only have one vehicle there, if there was more than one I would understand. By doing this it just makes the price go up.

Our opinion of this Best Western establishment is a good one. We liked all the staffs in here. This hotel can improve on front desk personalle making more eye contact with guests. Apart from that, all is fine.

When it comes to hotels...I am a bit picky about cleanliness..this place gets a score of 10..very clean and modern..the location was perfect and very easy to find....I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Nashville..

Recommend, good price, good location. Even some restaurants in walking distance. Clean! But of course it was during the virus so only a take and go breakfast. That was fine with us. We were happy the pool was open.

Hotel was in a great location in the Music Row area. Parking was offered on site for a fee and it made travel easy. Check in was simple until I realized the next day that the front desk did not know how to apply room credits and had charged the full amount to my card for the stay without deducting the credits. Still waiting on the charge reversals back to my card. Room had been recently updated and was well designed and decorated. Bathroom needed attending from the housekeeping staff. Towels were dirty (hair and brown stains on 2 towels). New bathroom towels were requested but were replaced with thin pool towels. Not an ideal replacement. Breakfast was simple and easy due to covid. Bananas, yogurt and muffins were easily accessible.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights (2 originally planned and decided to extend here rather than try to find alternative accommodations for the duration of my trip). Hallway noise and nose from adjacent rooms was an issue. The bed was great but pillows were not the best. Lots of room and the decor was nice. Some if USB ports were not functioning.

Everything about this hotel was fine until we went to sleep. The beds are ROCK hard. My husband and I both woke up with a headache along back and neck pain due to hardness of the bed and pillows. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! Definitely not a good fit for us!

We checked in was there for 2 hours and checked out ! After checking in and getting to the room, I noticed the door lock had screws literally sticking out. We settled in and began to notice a few things that were not to our liking: The beds were the hardest beds I've ever been on, there were black scuff marks on the walls, then the refrigerator started making a loud noise. I can deal with most of this but I realized that I absolutely could not sleep on the hard beds and the noise would probably guarantee no sleep. I asked ti see a different room and there were the same beds, we subsequently checked out. And they want to charge me for a half day....

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel close enough to main attractions and not noisy. Room was clean and tidy and bathroom was clean with enough amenities. Grab and go breakfast was ok but understand due to Covid not a big variety. Will stay there again

Figured location, location, location....which was good for being close to music row and Broadway street, but that's the end of the good. Was made to pay $10 to park. Given a mirror hanger to put in vehicle as proof I paid and so I wouldn't get fined, towed, or whatever else the signs threatened. I did not see another one hanging on a mirror in the entire lot, and I took the last parking spot when we got back at 9pm. They got me for $10 there. The first room they gave me keys to was being lived in. The key opened the door....to the smell of cigarettes and curry, bed not made, trash everywhere, microwave open and filthy, and more. The breakfast offering was a blueberry muffin wrapped in plastic wrap, like they made them and wrapped them in the first room they gave me keys to, and bananas. Take your own shampoo and conditioner because the ones they provide might wash and condition your your pet mouse. We'll find somewhere else next time.

Great place to stay. Nice rooms, clean, and close to downtown. We have stayed here multiple times and it has been a consistently good experience. Close enough to downtown to walk if you like a nice walk, otherwise it is an inexpensive Uber or Lyft

I made the mistake of not going through the national reservation center. I made the reservation directly with the hotel. I was quoted $65 all inclusive for the night. Tax included. But when I arrived I was charged for Breakfast $25 Cash Only which I was not going to be their for and told them I did not want but it was a standard fee I was told and had to pay Charged for Parking $45 Cash Only told all hotels in Nashville charge for parking When I asked for a receipt they said it would be on my receipt. When I checked out I asked for a printed receipt and they said it would be in my Email. I asked for a printed receipt and they would not provide me with one, in fact they flat out refused and said they were a paperless hotel. Then the towles in the room were dirty and stained, The elevator was a rough ride, The room smelled of cigarette smoke, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BW I HAVE EVER STAYED IN If you are headed to Nashville DO NOT STAY AT THIS ONE. If I could rate it 0 or negative stars I would give it a negative 10 UPDATE: 12/6/2020 I received a phone call this morning from a very rude lady without giving me her name even after asking her name and commanding me to remove my review or she would file suit against me for slander and defamation of character for leaving my above review. (MY REVIEW STANDS) This just goes to confirm and reinforce, that I will never stay here again. Even though I was given an undisclosed amount of points from BW Corporate to try and make up for experience. PLEASE NOTE: This is a franchised Hotel and not a corporate owned hotel. Regardless it is a Franchised hotel that would be worth BW Corporate taking over and getting it out of the hands of these horrible owners

First and foremost the staff was great. We had a problem with our sheets and they brought a new set right away. The bed was not comfortable and my husband and I both woke up in pain. I had hoped a hot shower would help but I was disappointed since the "rain" shower head sits in the middle of the shower and unless you stand directly under it you will freeze and the lack of water pressure didn't help. For one night just passing through it was fine but I'm not sure I would stay again. Oh and keep the $10 parking fee in mind as we didn't find out about it until check in.

Since the pandemic I've stayed at BW locations in Bourbannais, Il and Music Row Nashville and find them extremely clean and efficient. The beds are amazingly comfortable as well. Prior to that, we stayed at The Tides in Orange Beach, AL and it was world-class.

I never leave reviews. But had a great stay. Super affordable and close to Broadway. Newly remodeled and bed super comfy. Clean and Staff was super sweet. Cheaper to book in person than online. FYI 10$ parking

This is the 5th hotel I have stayed in the Nashville downtown area. This is probably one of my favorites based on location. Also it was so affordable based on how close it is to Broadway and other music venues. Yes, it's only $10 parking, but it's worth the parking based on how close you are to downtown area. It's 10 mins drive to Broadway or just leave car and take an Uber. The area is very safe, but not that many options to shop around. The hotel is superb. The look of the rooms are fitting of Music Row. Very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional.

I stayed at this hotel for a week while a relative was in the hospital at Vanderbilt. All of my needs were met, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the hotel looks new. Even though they were not servicing rooms due to COVID, the housekeeping staff made sure I had enough towels and anything else I needed. The only problem I had was some loud guests on my floor, but the front desk staff was willing to relocate me to another room.

Very modern, clean hotel. We walked to Broadway from here, about 15 minutes to get there on foot. (we walk all the time). I would suggest an Uber if you aren't able to walk. Area seemed safe, as we walked back from Broadway around 10:00 pm. Room was clean, bed was great, water pressure not so good. Breakfast was just a banana, muffin, coffee. (Covid) Parking was $10.00 a night. (great for the area) Will stay here again on the next visit to Nashville.

Was just passing through town and was very pleasantly surprised. This hotel has a four star feel. Loved the décor, bed super comfy, staff super friendly, Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again. Parking was $10.

Not a bad location for the price, but the room was sub par. There was a hole in the wall in our room which was filled with toilet paper, and we found other guests' hair in the shower. The bed was as hard as plywood, and parking was an additional $10 on top of the room price. Staff at the desk seemed inconvenienced by checking us in. The location is walking distance from the bars on Demonbreun.

Short walk to music row and all of the museums. Staff was most helpful with recommendations and directions. A fabulous breakfast was available every morning. And, most importantly, there is lots of free parking!

This was a nice hotel that was clean and neatly arranged. The beds were comfy, but pillows were not firm enough. The bathroom was clean also. The staff was friendly and provided a quick check in. The breakfast wasn't much to speak of because of an overstated covid 19 issue.

We only stayed here one night and this was the perfect place for a quick trip. The staff is very friendly and it has a convenient location with many restaurants and bars in walking distance. Wow! I had no idea what to expect for $80 a night and was absolutely thrilled with our room! It had this big mural of Downtown Tennessee skyline on the wall in front of the beds that were decorated with these cute red guitar throw pillows. There was also this super fun funky light fixture on the wall, very industrial looking made of pipes and bulbs...it was sooooo cool. There was a big free standing closet area and the bathroom shower had the coolest shower head . It hung from the ceiling in the shower and was like rainfall. The downstairs lobby is super funky and fun with plent of room to sprawl out. The hotel is not far at all from Downtown, probably a cheap uber ride away. Not much food nearby at all but you can always have it delivered. We chose a local pizza place and just got salads and pasta. I would absilutely stay here again if I came to Tennessee.

hotel is very clean and modern. They charge you $10 a night to park and give no security. They have nice smoking areas outside. They had a grab n go breakfast due to covid. Beds were hard to sleep on...thin mattresses and I felt the wood beneath me. Also didn't get my points for staying but I would stay again because of the cleanliness

Very disappointing one night stay. No hot water for showers and air conditioner was non-functional. Understand food service is limited due to COVID. There were only a few tiny muffins, bananas and tiny yogurts. No bagels, cereal boxes or anything more satisfying to start to your day. No manager on premises.

Room was modern, and very clean. Looked to be newly and thoughtfully renovated. The sheets were soft and the bed was super comfortable. Rain style shower head. Room was quiet. $7 Uber to Broadway. Staff was very pleasant. I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Great hotel for the money. Within walking distance of downtown and no fee for parking! Rooms were very clean and updated! Beds were comfy also. Wish the pool would have been open but understand why. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed here for two nights because if it's proximity to Music Row. Everything about our stay was first rate. Our room was clean, the staff were all super helpful and the location was spot on. We found much to do in the area that was walkable. We've found a new home in Nashville. Highly Recommended

Nashville is just opening back after COVID. No problem making reservations - staff was all super nice and friendly. Got a great rate because of C19. We were able to add a night with no problem. Everything was clean. Towels well stocked, fridge clean, AC worked well. Very easy to get to and easy to get to Vanderbilt Clinic from hotel. Breakfast was grab and go. See picture. If I had paid regular price I would've we been upset. Majorly upset. Omelet bar is their advertised usual (they did have a grab and go notice on website so they did tell me before hand and clerk reminded at checkin ). My question is that you usually tell an employee what you want, they make it and hand it to you. No different than a drive through, so why stop the best thing going for you? VERY disappointed in breakfast. If I had realized it was this bad I probably would've went somewhere cheaper with no breakfast and went to Sams myself and gotten a flavor of muffin I liked. Several reviews mentioned room decor (see picture) it was — original. Other reviews mentioned renovations - I can't tell anything has been updated. Elevator floor was banged up pretty bad and creaked a lot. For the price it was ok. But if I had paid their normal non pandemic price the review would be a 1 or lower. I expected more/better quality.

Hotel is good location. Close enough to Broadway. Lounge looked really nice but due to covid-19 it was not being used. not the regular breakfast again due to covid-19 was not their regular offerings. Lots of people out walking and walking their dogs. Dogs are everywhere there, it is nice to see.

The hotel was very nice! The staff was very helpful, they made sure you had everything made sure we were comfortable. The rooms were so cute, the beds amazing comfortable! My kids loved the showers. Very lovely hotel!

Not the best option as the hotel is going through construction and some shady guests reside. The rooms are super noisy, add in an old ac unit that will be grinding its bearings and blowing cold air on you in winter as it heats its elements. Good luck with any sleep. Especially when they let pot smokers to stink the whole place.

I picked the hotel for the location what was a win. Room decoration was on point, well done BW. Desk staff where helpful, room was fantastic with a very comfy bed and well themed room. Good bathroom products, fridge, safe, TV and alike. Excellent, hotel would use again.

I stayed here with my father for two nights while interviewing. Stunning hotel! Free parking near downtown. Amazing breakfast with a wide spread and a stellar made-to-order omelet station. The lobby is GREAT! Easy check in and out with extremely friendly and helpful staff. We had a squeaky bathroom door that was fixed immediately and had followup from maintenance and front desk to ensure it was corrected. Rooms are recently renovated and modern. Memory foam mattresses are SO comfortable. The whole stay was top notch! Even with a room near the elevator, no noise issues. Walking distance to downtown and plenty of restaurants only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommend this location!

Great location to be near what is happening in Nashville. The management was very professional, friendly and concerned to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the decor authentic Nashville decorated with a fake guitar on the wall and music city pillows. The breakfast was good. There was a problem with internet service provider but was not the fault of the motel.The management kept apologizing for the inconvenience.

We had a very clean room and the beds were very comfortable! You are walking distances from the bars and greatest restaurants in Nashville. This restaurant's free breakfast was also a good plus to this visit.

This hotel was recently remodeled. Both common areas and lobby were very tastefully done in an upscale fashion that went well beyond our expectations for a 2.5 star hotel. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable.

We stayed here for 3 nights in February as part of our holiday to the USA. Hotel is in a good location about a 10 - 15 min walk right into the middle of downtown and the Honky Tonk bars as well as Bridgestone arena. Hotel staff were all really friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the morning was great with a good selection including an omelette station and waffle maker. Room was really big with all the extras you'd expect including hairdryer etc. Hotel is also located 5 mins from a row of bars / restaurants which is really handy.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! From both the night and day staff whom were extremely knowledgeable and very enjoyable! To the upscale room! To the fabulous breakfast with unexpected made to order omlets! And the location is walkable to the famous music row venue!

Over a mile from music row which crosses I-40. Prepare to Uber as parking off of Broadway can be hard to find and expensive. Rooms have obnoxiously load toilets and bad lighting. 2nd floor is under construction from 10am - 5pm.

We arrived at 10:30am and were given our room! After staying at so many other hotels and arriving early only to find that we had to sit and wait hours this hotel really stood out! The breakfast was great and it was a bonus to have the omelette station as well as a nice selection. We did have an issue with a pass we bought with a local trolley company but the hotel called and fully refunded our pass. Free parking was also a bonus. We will stay here again on our next visit.

Terrible experience! Rude customer service & it doesn't stop there. We booked a room online for one price then on arrival the same day, the hotel said the price went up due to, "it's the last room now". They wouldn't refund my money and charged the card over 330. For a room advertised for 148. I disputed the charges and they disputed with, "It's the last room and there's a music event in Nashville. Uhhhh hello, there's always music events in Nashville, it's Nashville. They didn't even take in consideration we had all the dirty issues with our room. Then to top ot off I saw they lied, another couple walked in and got a room they also said last room to and they didn't even have one reserved. Yes the place appears nice in the lobby but from there it's nothing but problems and dirty hairy sheets on bed and in shower drain. We were so grossed out. Very Disgusting! Worst experience I've ever had at all the hotels we've ever stayed at. Maybe it was the owner or manager, he was foreign from the middle east and very nasty rude. He's greedy, sneaky and takes it for granted he's even in this country and he is a rip off! I told him ripping people off is not the professional way to do business here in the USA, due to reviews can hurt your business even more.

We were traveling through Nashville and found this one on the Best Western site, we were planning on visiting some of the attractions so this hotel was perfect for proximity. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and rhe breakfast with the cook to order eggs was fantastic. If you are staying in Nashville, I would highly recommend this Best Western!!

Good value near music row if you're a songwriter. A little run-down building, not that great breakfast but all and all you get what u paid for. Didn't get that southern hospitality feel people talk about, more like reserved which is kinda funny, this is Nashville we're talkin' about. But y'all wanna check it out uf you are plannin' a trip down south!

Although I felt it was too far to walk home from the Ryman theater at night, the distance did not create an expensive Uber ride. The Establishment has an extremely comfortable memory foam mattress in each room, really good coffee available in the lobby 24/7, And a fantastic breakfast with eggs and omelettes made to order.

I was so impressed with the Staff at the hotel! They were very attentive and personable. We got back late after a concert and the parking lot was full. We called the front desk and the guy actually came outside and walked the parking lot while we drove to show us a place to park (in front of some storage containers). I called the front desk the next morning to see how long breakfast would be available but didn't get an answer....within 1 minute, the front desk called me back!! Just such a great staff and I will definitely be back and recommend to others!

Loved this place. It was an amazing price for what you get. The rooms are all nicely redone and I love the decorations!!!! The staff were all extremely helpful especially when having breakfast. There was always someone at the egg station which was super delicious and there was always someone checking on all of the food making sure everything was clean and full. Absolutely loved this place:)

I was originally supposed to stay at the Comfort Inn located across the street. I checked in and was disgusted at how dirty the room was. I knew I couldn't stay there. I looked and saw the Best Western Plus and decided to give it a shot. I was INCREDIBLY surprised. It had JUST been newly renovated. The hotel was reasonably priced but felt like a luxury hotel. The location was very safe and close to Music Row and many of the bars/venues that host original singer/songwriters. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

First time to Nashville, chose this location based on past experiences --- was not let down at all! Son is based at Fort Campbell--- 3 year contract--- will be staying here often and cannot wait for next trip

I wasn't thrilled when my travel agent booked me in here, but the location was right. It's a very nice property. They have renovated the first and fourth floors, and they've done a nice job. Breakfast includes fresh made omelets. The bed was hard, but I slept pretty well. I'll ask travel to book me here again.

Great Hotel, I'm a patient at Vanderbilt, this is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. My first experience was so good that for this trip I went directly to the hotel site to book rooms for my family and myself. The staff was very accommodating in the extra nights needed for my family. The lobby area was a great place for us to visit before I had to check in to Vanderbilt. My next visit to Vanderbilt I will book for my family and myself at this hotel.

The Best Western Music Row is conveniently located to everything you need. Just a few blocks from Broadway and all the nightlife! They are close to everything you normally do in Nashville. Ryman..Bridgestone Arena..clubs and restaurants. You are within walking distance of everything. They have a wonderful staff that does whatever they can to make you happy. It has recently been remodeled and it is a beautiful hotel and priced reasonably. Great breakfast bar. and free wi-fi and all you need for a wonderful stay in Nashville! The beds are EXTREMELY comfortable as well.

Great location. Easily walk to plenty of sites or a short cab ride but far enough away that you had some quiet. Very clean, staff friendly. Were going threw a Reno, we had a newly renovated room and it was very nice.

Clean entry way. Good staff, quick accommodating, rooms comfortable and clean. Great breakfast bar. All kinds of food items to choose from. They even had an omelette bar there to make it the way you want it. Breakfast area was huge, most place are small and crowded. Not this one , HUGE.

Absolutely would stay here again. Recently remodeled and is very stylish. Nice furnishings, lots of easy to access outlets and USB ports. Wonderfully comfortable bed, great lighting, particularly in the bathroom, refrig with freezer that actually works, and microwave. Fresh made to order omelets served at breakfast, good coffee, biscuits and gravy plus other typical buffet breakfast selections. Very accommodating and helpful staff. We played cards in the evening in the breakfast room and they turned the nearest Tv on so we could watch Tennessee beat Indiana at the Gator Bowl. Walking distance to many attractions, shops and restaurants. To note: as a nod to conservation, the water pressure is lower than usual and the hot water is less hot than I prefer. However, there is no recycle wastebasket or signs encouraging reusing towels to further conservation. The water situation takes a little getting used to.

Friendly staff at the front desk, room was immaculate. We a great breakfast the next morning, breakfast staff was amazing as well, very friendly. My wife and I highly recommended Best Western Plus Music Row.

Close to a lot of activity and fun!! Excellent service and hospitality! Delicious breakfast with made to order omelet station. The pancake machine was quite entertaining for the kids (and a few adults too)!!

The location is perfect for walking to nearby downtown restaurants. The bed was very comfortable, and the darkening curtain was perfect to keep street lights from shining in. There was a great breakfast selection. Very quiet.

Was in Nashville for a hockey game. Upon arrival staff was friendly and helpful and very quick to get us checked in. Room was newly renovated, very nice. Excellent breakfast.Hotel is within walking distance to downtown.

From the moment we walked in, we were glad we had chosen this hotel. It's only a 25 minute walk to the heart of Music Row and fun places to sit and have a drink and listen to music. Our room is clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. They did a superb job with renovation. My husband particularly likes the omelette station at breakfast. They have a great breakfast! Sausage, gravy, biscuits, make-your-own waffles or pancakes, fruit, yogurt. I also like the fact that there is a safe in the room so that I don't have to carry everything with me when we walk down to Music Row.

This is a nice hotel in Music Row. It is on the very edge of downtown and takes about a half hour to get to the river by walking. The hotel was nice and quiet and a good price for Nashville. Breakfast was excellent.

Stayed at the Best Western in Nashville. Very easy to get to off of the freeway. Beds had the firm memory foam mattress and was very comfortable. The room was very quiet and couldn't hear outside noise which is very welcoming after a long day's drive! Rooms were very clean. There was a microwave and fridge in the room. Full breakfast with made to order omelets, Belgium waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and the normal cold breakfast items. Something for everyone. The view out the window wasn't anything to look at and if you're looking for a quick walk to downtown, this wouldn't be it. Free parking though and you can leave your car parked on your check out day as long as you leave the parking pass in your window.

I was in town for an interview and selected the hotel based on location and price. I was very pleased with the excellent staff, free breakfast, free parking, nice room, and a hotel bed that was actually comfortable with bedding the kept me warm. I didn't get time to go exploring around the hotel, but there were plenty of things within walking distance and appeared to be a safe area (lots of people out walking their dogs). Of note, there were renovations going on (in what seemed like the room right above mine), but they did not do any work after 5pm. The office staff was so friendly, I'm sure they would have moved me to another room if I had asked, but it did not bother me. Would stay here again!

We have to go to Vanderbilt Hosp. The hotel is very close to the hosp. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. It is located very to many restaurants and other areas of interest. The free breakfast is awesome.

This newly renovated hotel has really nice rooms. The free breakfast is great. And the meal room is spacious. It may not be clear from a map, but the location is very good. Close to the Gulch and to Downtown.

It's a pleasant walk from this location to most downtown or Gulch venues (e.g., Bridgestone Arena, 3rd & Lindsley Bar & Grill) and parking is free--which is a nice bonus. Rooms are well-appointed and staff members are both friendly and competent.

We arrived early for check in and were greeted with a friendly response at the desk. No room was available ye,t but we were given a parking pass so we could explore the area until a room became available. We were upgraded at no extra charge. The room had recently updated furnishings with a super comfortable bed and pillows. The room was spotless. The lighting in the room was great, finally a hotel room that is bright, any desired lighting from dim to bright is possible. There is a large breakfast area with multiple choices and friendly staff. There is also a delicious omelet station. We found the staff at the front desk to be friendly at all times. We were able to buy tickets there for the Greyline hop off bus that had a stop within a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is within walking distance of The Gulch, and we also walked to Broadway and the Grand Ole Opry from there. We parked our car on arrival and never moved it for 3 days. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nashville.

Good hotel location with free parking. Walking distance to Broadway, The Gulch and West End. The breakfast omelette station was a very welcome surprise. Rooms are newly re-furbished and were very comfortable.

Stayed here one night for a medical appt at Vanderbilt. It was a great location. Clean and comfortable and super great value. Not only was it the best room rate I saw in the area but has free parking as well. The complementary breakfast was good. Bagels were fresh, coffee tasty, and the omelet station is a plus. Easy walking distance to several restaurants. I will definitely stay here again for future appointments.

I stayed here for business with Vanderbilt University. The location is great for visiting Vanderbilt and also for accessing downtown and other attractions around Nashville. The breakfast is good and the best part is the omelet station and a few fresh fruit options. I typically rent a car when I visit Nashville so I have flexibility to get around town and the free parking at this hotel is a main reason I will stay at this location rather than downtown if the room rates are comparable.

This looks like an average hotel on the outside, but it is much better than it looks. The free breakfast and breakfast area were much larger than many. The room was nice and clean...did I say clean!!! Cleanliness makes a big difference, and this hotel had it under control. In addition, you couldn't beat their southern hospitality. It was also walking distance (for us) to the Broadway area we love.

Wow! Friendly and knowledgable staff, unbelievable breakfast, including an omelet station,biscuits and gravy, and just about everything tou could want. The room was large and freshly remodeled with extremely comfortable memory foam beds. Free off street parking, and a cheap Uber ride from Broadway and the riverfront.

This place is great. Free safe parking, short walk to the Gulch and Uber to downtown. Breakfast staff attentive and friendly. Save your money and stay here, you will not regret it. I was in Nashville earlier in the year with work and stayed in a large downtown hotel and overall it was not as good as this. Can buy a lot of nice meals and drinks for the difference every night.

Best price for what you get. Hotel was one mile from Broadway Music scene and Bridgestone arena. Walked to Arena with no difficulty. Felt safe with well lit sidewalks. Uber system was great after a night out. Hotel had free parking and breakfast daily. Breakfast included an omelet station where it was made fresh when ordered. Very close to a strip of restaurants/pubs that are only 2-3 minutes walk away.

The rooms were nice. Had everything you could need. The bed was a bit too firm for my husbands liking, so it mad it hard for him to sleep. The free breakfast was amazing. The hotel was nice and quit and in a very good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel when traveling to nashville.

First time in Nashville, we stayed for a week. Good location, most attractions in town are within 20 minute walking distance.. The hotel staff was wonderful. Rooms were very clean and had a microwave and frig. Free hot breakfast is terrific with a separate made to order omelet station. Reasonable prices.

We spent one night here, traveling through Nashville. We have stayed at many Best Westerns and this is one of the nicest ones we have stayed at. The room decor was a bit of surprise, but a pleasant change from the typical hotel room. The king size bed was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast offered many items to include both pancakes and waffles, biscuits/gravy, fresh fruit, sausage, and dry cereal. There was also an omelet bar with staff preparing them. It is a close walk to many restaurants as well. Overall the hotel was nicely decorated, very clean with a very friendly staff.

Great location in Music City USA. Close to nightlife, restaurants and museums. Rooms were very nice and amenities were nice. Beds were a bit firm for my liking but actually worked out nicely because I slept like a baby.

Hotel was clean and people were nice. Good beds. On our second night around 1am, the heater smelled hot and became extremely loud. Sounded like a helicopter in our room and at times got so loud it became impossible to sleep. Helped to turn down on low for a bit. Ended cold and had next to no sleep at all. No discount offered because it was a prepay. Not even a sorry but rather "we didnt do it on purpose". Disappointing for sure

The best feature of this hotel is the proximity to Music Row. This is a basic, clean hotel. A few considerations: The bed appears very stiff, but it is a memory foam that makes for a comfortable night's sleep. The climate control is not great. Setting the temperature causes the system to cycle between hot and cold to maintain the temperature. It is much preferable to be able to select either heat or cooling and have the machine cycle off when the temp is achieved. I was there during cold weather and once the optimal heat was achieved, the unit would kick into cooling mode. I ended up just heating the room and turning off the climate controls to sleep. The general heat in the building kept the room comfortable. One other tip. There is a heating system on the 5th floor to the east of the elevator that is quite noisy. I was first assigned a room next to this heating unit and the noise was unacceptable. I was fortunate to get reassigned to the west side of the building. Not sure, but I expect this would be an issue on the 4th floor, as well. They are in completing rehab of all rooms, which are decent sized. The new decor is not to my taste, but I can overlook that given the other advantages. The hotel is off the busier streets and conveniently includes a serviceable breakfast in the morning. Not a great breakfast, but it is convenient. Bottom line is a basic hotel, priced competitively and in a very convenient location. I will have a fair amount of work in Nashville over the next year or so and plan to stay here again.

The hotel was very nice, but it was rather difficult to locate and there was considerable construction outside. Apparently the road in front of the hotel will actually be closed starting 11/09/19. Breakfast was good.

Beds were comfortable and hotel clean. Very nice staff and checking and out went smoothly. Was little bit expensive but guess was typical for that area. Air conditioner wouldn't go off so was cold in room at night.

One main reason I chose this hotel was the free parking, breakfast and convenient location. Walking distance to Broadway and all the action. Pleasantly surprised with the recently renovated room and lovely lobby as well as the pleasant staff. Our room was so nicely decorated, the king bed was HUGE and very comfortable - although the view was toward the back of the property not downtown. Very nice breakfast area with many choices including omelettes, pancakes, waffles, etc. We felt the room rates were quite high but otherwise very satisfied with the hotel. Would recommend and likely stay again.

The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the main bars but has a few places closer by. Its located in music row. Nice clean room, with a safe, hairdryer, good wifi connection. Breakfast was nice, a good selection. Omelette station a nice touch! Would recommend

We enjoyed our stay at this Best Western Plus which is downtown and within easy walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. The checkin was courteous and efficient and our room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. There was a nice bathroom and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

Wonderful six day stay. The hotel was better than expected, friendly staff,clean large comfortable rooms and wonderful beackfast.15 minute walk to Broadway. Great Restaurants and Bars a 5 minute walk from Hotel.

Best Best Western we have stayed at! Clean rooms. Staff went out of their way to be sure we enjoyed our stay. We used a free night voucher otherwise it is kind of pricey but Nashville area that is not a surprise

The location is good, slightly away from the main bars so you can get a good night sleep but also within walking distance. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was okay. There is alot of one use plastic which i found quite shocking and definetely not good for the planet. Other then that the hotel was nice.

We stayed here for a week. We stayed in a refurbished room which was really nicely decorated and quite spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable!! I found it a bit strange that the room had a microwave in it but no safe??!! We had to keep our passports etc in a safe on the floor in a back room behind reception which I found really odd and inconvenient. The breakfast was good, the omelette station was an added bonus and the lady who served there was always polite and very helpful, as was the other lady in the breakfast room too. I found the reception staff quite cold and not very accommodating. The hotel is quite a way from downtown ( where the life is ), the Gulch is ok on weekends but really quiet midweek so had to get taxis to downtown most days/evenings ( quite costly after a week ) We wanted to use the pool but it was a sun trap!!! No shaded areas at all. We didn't see anyone use it the whole week we were there

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Music Row simply because we wanted to be close to everything in Nashville. We were not disappointed and the complimentary breakfast was more than what we expected. We will be back.

If we come to Knoxville again we will stay at Best Western Plus Music Row. The rooms were comfortable. The spacious lobby was welcoming as was the dining area. The staff was efficient, no complaints! I loved the assistant at breakfast!

The hotel was located outside the downtown and that was great, the breakfast was amazing. The shower head was the only thing wrong with the room, they upgraded to a centrally located head and it had no water pressure and you felt you had to hunch over in the shower. Plus it was so high up, there is no way housekeeping is cleaning the head of the shower head.

Updated rooms are very nice. Dry comfortable bed/mattress. Terrific staff. Unimpressive neighborhood and about 20 minute walk to downtown area. Nice, clean outdoor pool. Very good breakfast. Nice lobby. Clean room.

We stayed here for the first 2 nights of our road trip Nashville, Memphis and on to New Orleans. It was only 6 miles from the airport which is great after a ling flight. We hired a car and found the hotel easily via the sat nav. Check in was quick and there is free parking at the hotel. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable and a typical hotel room with a safe and coffee machine and fridge. We walked Downtown which took approximately 20 minutes from the hotel. The breakfast was adequate with an omelette station and the waitress was very welcoming on both mornings. On the morning of check out we were up early as we were booked in for the excursion Studio B from the Country Music Hall of Fame.I checked with the housemaid what time check out was. She told me 11am. I mentioned although we had put our suitcases in the car, we would be back after the excursion and would check out before 11am. We finished the excursion by 10.30am and was back at the hotel by 10.45am. When we went to our room, the house maid was in our room already cleaning! None of the bags I had left in the room were there. I asked her why she was in our room when we had not checked out. She told me to go to reception to collect my belongings. We made it very clear to the receptionist that this was not acceptable and why had the maid got access to our room when we had not checked out. She did not understand why as she said she could see we had not checked out. She apologised profusely and out of goodwill extended our check out time to 2pm so that we could have lunch before we left for the drive to Memphis. We accepted her apology and the extra parking and walked to a restaurant for lunch. It was not a good situation to be in. The house maid had taken for herself my bag of food which she put under her trolly but I did get that back from her.

We spent Sunday through Wednesday. Great location. We walked to the Gulch area which is a fun place to explore. Lyft ride to Music Row was only about $7. Breakfast was very good. Omelette station was a nice touch. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were all nice.

I travel mostly for business, and truthfully, was upset that my travel coordinator booked me at a Best Western to save money. I actually had a back-up hotel in mind that I was planning to pay for out of my own pocket after I checked out the Best Western. But, what a lesson in humility! This was the cleanest property that I've stayed in for the last 3 months! The front desk staff were kind enough to put my in one of the newly refurbished rooms after they signed me up for the Best Western Rewards program. And I was impressed by the decor (after I flipped the old hideous bedspread upside down - they are replacing them soon). Free parking and free made-to-order omelets made this the best value hotel that I remember. My colleague stayed in one of the non-refurbished rooms, and had no complaints. . . which leads me to believe that this hotel chain actually cares about keeping their property clean. Note: beds are very firm with a soft-memory foam top layer and AC unit was loud and a tiny bit smelly. But, overall - surprisingly great experience!

Beautiful spacious room, nice furnishings, very comfortable beds, large flat panel televisions (2), nice views of Music Row, and a wonderful free breakfast that included a omelet bar. Got to park right in front of the building as well.

We recently spent 3 nights at the best western music row. The hotel is in a great location walking distance to the gulch and a short cab ride ($6) to broadway. We arrived at 10 am with another couple and checked in immediately . Which really got our vacation off on a positive note . The staff at this hotel is phenomenal they truly go above and beyond to make you feel like you are in a home away from home . Tina at the buffet was amazing a hard worker who was friendly and knowledgeable of Nashville . She made our breakfast which by the way is great , even better I would recommend this hotel to all

This is a nice little 20 minute walk to Broadway and 5 minutes to The Gulch. For the price compared to others in the area...I don't know why this place isn't sold out every night. Free parking, free wi-fi, outdoor pool, nice breakfast (including made to order omelette station). The hotel is finishing up renos, however, not a sound was made. The lobby and breakfast area looks great and we were able to get a renovated king room. Not a single complaint, nice and clean with a great vibe. There was a bit of a snafu with resrevations and rates...however they were very accomodating in trying to make the appropriate fixes. I would most definately return and will send the (many) people I know who love to come to Nashville on a holiday to come and stay here.

Stayed here for 3 nights , August 23 - 26 . We had an early flight and were at the hotel by 10 am and they had a room cleaned and available ! Absolutely made our day ! Rooms are clean and the hotel is close to everything ! Breakfast buffet is very good and Tina at the buffet is extremely helpful and friendly and works non stop ! Would definitely recommend staying here when you visit Nashville !

We were traveling with another couple to Florida and made Nashville an overnight stop. I did a search on my phone for hotels and this came up and the reviews were good so we booked it on line directly with Best Western. They are in the process of a huge remodel so depending on where you are, there are "quirks" that you will have to deal with. We shared a room because of the cost and I wouldn't recommend this as the rooms are TINY, one of the smallest hotel rooms that I have ever stayed in. They have done an amazing job updating them but there was no room to move around. The location is wonderful and an easy walk to music, shopping and dining. Breakfast was wonderful and the lobby/dining area was beautiful. Well done on that! There was also a good amount of parking and I felt secure leaving my car parked in their outdoor lot. I recommend this hotel because of it's location and once finished it would be worth the price.

this was our first time to Nashville and our stay was pleasant , great breakfast options. the location was close enough to walk downtown but far away enough to not be in a noisy area of town, would stay here again.

The hotel was not far from downtown Nashville. On arrival by a pleasant & helpful staff. Our room was large with a comfortable bed.The bathroom was clean & a good size & well laid out. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices.Great idea the omelette station.There was no shuttle so we used a taxi @ cost of $ 11 for 3 of us we started using the tip and ride golf cart you pay the driver by tipping whatever you felt appropriate.As there were three of us we tipped him $7or$8.

This location is within easy walking distance to the restaurants and bars on Music Row and the Gulch. It's a hike to get down to the river but is doable - it's a pretty cheap UBER fare if you don't want to hike that far and UBERs are readily available at all hours. The hotel and our room were clean and well appointed. The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the Nashville area and attractions. The breakfast was great (biscuits, gravy, omelets, waffles, pastries, fruit, etc). The parking is FREE (which is very unusual in downtown Nashville). Our room had been recently remodeled. To use the coffee maker, you had to move the coffee maker into the bathroom or to the desk because there was nowhere in the kitchen area to plug it in. They are in the process of remodeling the hotel. We arrived on a Friday night around 8PM. We left at 7:15AM on Saturday and didn't return to the hotel until around 7PM. We checked out on Sunday at 11AM. Construction noise wasn't a problem for us but I could see where it would bother people during the construction working hours. We will definitely use this hotel again.

I was traveling solo for business and stayed here. I have no complaints about this hotel whatsoever!! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the location was very user friendly for interstate travel, proximity to downtown, and had a nice variety of restaurants to check out close by. The breakfast was great, the parking is free, and I felt very safe (which is extremely important to me). I will return without hesitation!!

Overall this Best western was very nice. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was soft and comfortable with lots of pillows. the AC fan was alittle loud but manageable. Lots of nice towels. Unusual shower head.

The bestwestern music row will definitely not disappoint! The hotel was very nice. But the bedrooms where amazing! The beds are so comfortable it will make you want to stay in and not enjoy the city. I travel to a lot of hotels for work. This hotel really impressed me. Especially when I left my wedding ring in the room and thought I would never get it back. But they found it, kept it and sent it back to me. A very trustworthy place.

Our room was not ready upon arrival and we arrived after check in time. The room was mostly clean but the furnishings were outdated in my opinion. The cost of the room was not equivalant to the Stay. there was construction going on in the buliding which wasnt too much of an inconvenience but the elevators were used to transport supplies, debris, etc. and just did not add quality to the stay

a few block away from the madness of Broadway, an easy walk to it though. You can get a good night, or morning, sleep and be refreshed for the next day of touring and dining! Or perhaps your evening is of the liquid variety, in which case you are ready for the next round. Pro Hockey and Football venues are within walking distance, plenty of country music all around.

Hotel was not far from where we wanted to be. Staff was extremely friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast was well above average. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area, and I would recommend to my friends as well.

Entire hotel has been remodeled and it is terrific. Great hot breakfast that even includes an omelet station. Price is right too with free parking (not common in Nashville). Highly recommend this Gulch area location.

We stayed for one week in May 2019 , the staff were very friendly and accommodating, The rooms although a little dated - were clean. We had the breakfast included in our package, Omlettes were great - made to order and a selection of cooked food, with a small selection of pastries/toast/cerealwith unlimited coffee. The Pool area was small but nevertheless relaxing, the pool itself was freezing! There is parking at the hotel and we spent the days visiting the local attractions/malls The hotel is in a prime spot for the Gulch (great night life!) Would definitely use this Hotel again!

Beautiful hotel and great location. About a mile from Broadway Street action. Easy Uber. One street over is a row of bars with food and live music easy walk. GREAT breakfast! Omelet station! clean! Quiet and modern.

on the plus side it's an excellent location - close to the Gulch but not in the middle of the madness of Broadway... the hotel has pretty good amenities...incl a nice sized pool...and your breakfast is included... on the minus side while the lobby has been nicely updated the rooms are tired and dated and the linens and towels need replacing... we had a bar fridge that didn't work... and a toilet that ran all night... for 3 nights it was $1000+ USD and for that money I feel we could have probably found a nicer hotel...

All the main bars downtown are on Broadway. This place is a mile and a half away. So it's a hefty walk. We had a car. Expect to pay maybe $10 for parking near Broadway. Otherwise this place is plenty convenient to all things Nashville. Okay pool (outdoor). Excellent breakfast every morning. Parking was tight, but free. I would probably stay again.

Any time that we travel to Nashville this is the place to stay. Always friendly accommodations, very close to downtown. Free continental breakfast daily.Staff is always ready to help with reservations and transportation to downtown. Will be going back very soon.

This hotel is slowly being upgraded and our room was just that. Nice comfortable beds and sitting area in our room was nice. Breakfast Omelette Station was a nice change to the standard scrambled eggs most continental breakfasts offered. Pool was nice , laundry offered, we would choose this place again.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Room okay, nicely refurbed on 5th floor however by basin got blocked on second afternoon so had to tell maintenance. Breakfast was weird, not good and did not offer much. Stairs are good for those like me who do not like elevators. Very loud at night with folks coming back from downtown and not respecting people sleeping

Staff very efficient at check in. Arrived early but looked after luggage for us until we could get into room. Room large and well equipped. Bathroom in need of updating but adequate. Aircon very noisy but did the job. Breakfast a good choice of hot and cold with omelettes cooked to order. Fitness centre we didn't use. The pool area didn't look inviting but would suit kids. Staff very helpful. Great value for money and only 25 minutes walk to the River bridge and bars.

We checked in late (around 6:30pm) This room was infested with bed bugs! It looked like an ant hill erupting from one of the beds as they crawled from under the mattress! They were on the pillows and in the sheets and I am horrified! We didn't notice anything until about half an hour after we had turned out the light! The floor outside our room was covered in plastic which we questioned upon checking in but were told they were renovating. Also all the doors on our floor at the end by the plastic (ours was at the end of the plastic) has string tied to the outside of the door knobs and something dangling on the inside of the door (we couldn't see but wondered if it was some sort of bug bomb) we also questioned it but everyone completely ignored our question about those strings on the doors. I have not had a single return call from management over this! I am so disgusted!! We left all our suitcases so we wouldn't take these nasty things home with us! I am so angry about these people giving us this disgusting room on the 4th floor!! My first and last stay with a Best Western!!

The good, the front desk was very nice and helpful. The location was good for the price, we still had to drive to get to Broadway. Breakfast was great, anything you could want. The not so great, yes the rooms have a slight musty smell, but their currently doing renovations (which did not disrupt our stay at all) so I'm sure that will fix that problem. We would definitely stay there again.

Girls weekend 7/26/2019, we had a room on the 4th floor and infested with bed bugs. Not in the bed for 15 mins and bed bugs were out on both beds. The manager came up to see and gave us a refund, but not concerned about the bugs. Here we were at 3:30 am and nowhere to go. Don't stay here!

Hotel was used as a second choice after an issue with our original hotel. We needed something close to the downtown area and this fit the bill although it was a touch pricey for the amenities but I assume that's due to the location. The only issue we had was with our initial room. We booked a king size bed with sofa pull out bed and found that in our room, there wasn't enough space to actually pull the sofa bed out. The lady working the front desk at the time worked to move us to another room. They were booked completely up but thankfully there was one room not checked in yet that matched our room choice but actually had the room to pull out the bed. Other than that hiccup, the stay was good. Breakfast was quite nice; the made to order omelette station was a nice touch. The pool was clean and our room didn't have many issues. Their A/C units must be very hold however as they were extremely loud, especially when kicking on. They were in the process of renovating so I can only hope those units will be replaced.

My husband and I started a road trip from Buffalo New York to Virginia ; Minnesota , Wisconsin and Nashville last week. We needed a place to stay in Nashville and I found Best Western Plus online. They had the best price for us and convenient to downtown and surrounding area . The rooms were clean and comfortable. I found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and accommodating . I would recommend staying there for sure .

Needs a hot tub and better cable supplier and remotes. Beds were comfortable and clean. Had a pull out couch in the room that was definitely showing it's age. Breakfast was very good and coffee was also. Staff was super friendly also.

Everyone was very helpful. Hotels in Nashville are way too expensive in general. I've stayed here many times and the value is good especially compaired to other hotels here in town. I'll stay there again on my next trip to Nashville.

Moderately priced hotel. They are rehabbing it now, so probably will go up in price. Really didn't need rehabbing. Nicest BW I've seen. Very clean, good service. Breakfast had omelet bar. The desk staff were nice but we needed them for nothing on a 4-night stay which is a good sign. Parking lot was adequate. Very convenient location for driving around or public transportation. Can walk to Gulch or Music Row. Bed was VERY comfortable.

This Best Western is a wonderful experience. Beautiful lobby, freshly made omelettes to order for breakfast, great location, wonderful staff. I cant say enough about Music Row Best Western. The Nautilus machine was not functioning properly but free weights went up to 50 lbs and eliptical and treadmill were working great.

It was a great stay. The over all staff was amazing, rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great, loved the omelets made to order and the rest of the variety. Loved the golf cart rides down to music row.

The staff was friendly, the beds comfortable, and the AC worked well. The decor seemed dated but there were renovations taking place. However, the price was in the range I was comfortable paying and having breakfast provided was great.

I'm not sure how this Best Western is a Plus. Other than the lobby the hotel room was below average. When checking in the front counter worker was not friendly. The room was very small. We had no place to hang our clothes. The room had no closet or hangers. I did tell staff this when we checked out and he did not seem to believe me. The room seemed very musty and old. The bathroom only had one sink and it was in the bathroom, which made it very inconvenient to get ready. The breakfast was ok, if you want an omelette be prepared to stand in a line of about 5 or more people deep to wait for one since there was only one person making them. The location was a bit from the downtown area. We took a $7.00 lyft ride to get there. I would not recommend this hotel, it was not worth the cost.

This hotel was ok. Room had a musty smell. Good location, too hot to walk. Rooms was ok but bathroom needs some attention. There was enough parking. Returned late after going to the opry. There was no one at the desk and there were no safety features like a card access to the building or one to the elevator. Breakfast had a good variety and there was enough food and enough places to sit.

Bathroom has not been modernized in a very long time. Wires on fan were exposed, bathtub was peeling. Drywall patches were amateurly done. Room was clean, but smelled musty. Breakfast was good, lots of options.

Location is good, attention to detail could increase the perceived value. Had to change rooms due to missing furniture and new room had musty and smelly sofa bed. King bed was lumpy but decent and furnishings were in need of replacement and outdated.

The rooms were muggy and full of moisture, they definitely need a dehumidifier. The ceiling around the bathroom is full of meldew and mold. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain.The bathroom is gross. The plugs in the room didn't work. There were only one plug that we had to use to charge our electronics. The room was very old and outdated. I tried to leave early to go home, but they wouldn't give me a refund, so I had to stay. The rooms are very expensive for the condition they are in.

Stayed one night at this hotel. Everything was exactly as it should be. Beds were clean and comfy. Easy to get to and has access to plenty of things around downtown. As every other review says the breakfast is outstanding!

This Best Western Plus is located in Music Row. It is easy to walk downtown. I walked to the world famous Ryman Auditorium. My stay was for business in the music industry. I was able to easily walk to restaurants, music stores, and the Country Music Hall of Fame.

We booked this for our anniversary. The hotel is within walking distance, but is not just around the corner. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good made to order omelettes and other hot food.

When we at the hotel it was still being remodeled. The lobby was nice and the front staff was nice. The elevators were not very clean. They were using them for the construction and the guests and were beat up. We stayed on the 5th floor and half the floor was still closed off. The room we were given did not have all the furniture in it. It seemed like they rushed the room so they could use it. The front staff told us that the construction would not start until noon but actually started at 10:30. I understand they have to start sometime but to be told a time and then start earlier is kind of annoying.

Gym equipment frayed. Sink and tub, dirty with some hair on arrival. Bed mattresses very worn and hard. The rooms are extremely dated. The air conditioner worked very well. The breakfast omelet station server was awsome

This hotel was great! Our room was very clean. Brand new towels. The breakfast was amazing. So many options to choose from. Parking was good and the pool was very clean. Check in and out was super simple.

Staff is very friendly and helpful :) Great breakfast each morning!!! Rooms are clean and newly remodeled. A full length mirror would complete the room. Swimming pool is comfortable! Close walk to get onto the Hop on/Hop off Bus Tour.

In the process of remodeling but it was quiet in the evenings and mornings. Our room was partially remodeled but they did ask if that was okay with us and it was. Toilets have a powerful flush!. Rainhead shower was nice. Breakfast was good-they had a person making omelets and scrambled eggs per request. Laundry was new. Convenient to several restaurants.

Stayed at the Best Western overnight during our visit to Nashville. I selected the hotel for the price of the location compared to other hotels.The service (front desk) was very good as well. Rooms were ready at check-in and rates included parking. The room we stayed in was renovated and was clean. However, beddings need freshening up. The sheets were off white and did not look fresh and were not pulled tight on the bed; I prefer white sheets. The bedspread also looks old. Breakfast was better than expected with an omelet station with fresh ingredients.

Check in staff did not show the same eager friendliness as the cleaning and breakfast staff. Front desk staff gave minimal eye contact. For the price we paid for our room, I was disappointed. Our bathtub had been painted and the paint was peeling. Not very sanitary. There was a random piece of tape/fabric stuck in the paint on the wall. The high speed internet was not very fast and I had trouble connecting. To me, this hotel was not worth the money we paid to stay there.

Great location to local bars, central to downtown. Awesome breakfast, nice rooms. Take the loop trolley to see all the sites. Hotel not to far from downtown, you can walk to see all the sites. Staff very friendly

I always stay at Best Western cause the prices and amenitys are great. You can't go wrong with them. Rewards system is also good to have. You earn free stays. You can also turn your points into Southwest miles. I love all the locations of BW where ever I go.

Close to everything we walked to the all the attractions Clean room and helpful staff. Also breakfast included would stay here again. Nice pool area and the lobby had free newspapers everyday Helps is get tickets to the Grand Ole Opry

Great 2 nights here. Room clean and comfortable. Location good. Free breakfast and parking too. Really impressed and would definitely recommend here. My only criticism - and it's minor - is that there was no full length mirror in the room. Everything else super.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel away from the downtown "goings on". It was clean and quiet with a really scrumptious breakfast (omelettes to your liking). Uber makes everything accessible and a short ride away. Highly recommended.

It's a nice hotel but our room had not been remodeled like the rest of the hotel. The tub was not nice and the carpet odor was bad. Had the room been remodeled like the rest of the hotel my view would have changed

The breakfast was amazing! The staff made eggs to order and was very efficient! There was also plenty of seats in the dining area. I also loved the long hours of the breakfast. It gave folks time to rest and still get breakfast! Outstanding job!

Stayed three nights while visiting family. Hotel recently renovated. Our room on top floor was renovated but still had older furniture in room. Other rooms still being renovated but did not really hear any noise. Very centrally located. Restaurants nearby or within easy Uber distance. Mattress was overly firm for me. Otherwise room was comfortable. Understanding it is a Best Western it was certainly good value for cost.

Nice place to stay. Close to everything, rooms were clean. Only regret was having to be at hospital at 545 so we missed breaksfast. Pool looked clean, but it rained the night we stayed. they are still doing renovations on the property, but we barely even heard them. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in nashville for a concert or game.

Breakfast is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you want to do tour the will help you book that . General Jackson show boat . Memphis day trip. Tours of Nashville. The housekeeper staff is excellent also rooms were clean. The only this is that they do not have room service so you have to order out for food.

The hotel is a great place to stay if you were visiting Nashville. Even though the hotel was under renovation it did not disturb us at all. The front desk couldn't be more accommodating and the breakfast in the morning is wonderful!I would highly recommend this location if you are traveling to Nashville anytime soon.

I stayed here this week, using points on a little Nashville vaca. I'll admit, the location is fantastic and the basic service met/exceeded reasonable expectations. BUT, and it's a BIG BUT, the hotel going thru renovations and not any mention of it is made when checking in. Nor, did the check out agent ask me about my stay. Maybe they are used to their check out guests giving them an earful...

I woke up on the second day of my two-night stay and was asked to change rooms die to renovations. I had my computer set up, my shirts on hangers, my stuff in the bathroom -- and MINUTES to spare prior to a morning meeting for which I'd flown into Nashville. To the hotel's credit, they were nice and did help me move. But this was not optimal and I won;t soon forget the inconvenience/

We stayed here for two nights as part of our road trip around the Deep South. Nashville was one of our favourite places as part of the trip, but this hotel was unfortunately the worst we stayed in. The room was nice and large, however the AC was leaking and the room really smelt of mould. It was also very dated. They're obviously aware of this as they are currently renovating the property. Aside from this, the location was good - about a 20 minute walk to the amazing broadway area. The breakfast that was included was also not bad. We had to check out early and were told we could have a “to go” breakfast bag - however this included fruit and a yogurt and that's it. The free parking was a plus!

Comfortable, quiet room with good breakfast included. Nice little pool to cool off and relax after sightseeing. Well run and friendly staff. Couple of negatives were that for some people it was quite a walk into town, we didn't mind but got wet a few times. Not really anywhere that close by to get food and drink. Plenty of good places though only 15 minutes away so not worth the drive in. The in-room safe was not fastened to anything so didn't feel too secure. Overall a great spot for us during our travels from England. Would recommend.

This hotel was convenient to all the sites we wanted to see in Nashville. It's been recently updated and things were in great shape. The breakfast is varied and delicious. Something for everyone. Internet was fast and parking was close.

We stayed one night and found the price of the room to not meet expectations. Room cost us $209 for two queen beds(this included all the taxes). Room was very dated and old feeling. Walls looked like they had multiple coats of paint. Chair arms visibly dirty and not desirable to sit on. Could smell mold upon entry. Bathroom very small. Repairs of tub and drain very poor and looked unsightly. Beds were not spring mattresses but more of a thick foam, or Temperpedic type mattress. Was not the most comfortable for me. Nashville is so expensive even the less desirable properties can charge high prices. We did find the breakfast area comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast foods available were: cereals, eggs cooked to order, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, toast and bagels and waffles. Next time we visit Nashville we will try a different hotel as we prefer a more updated atmosphere.

We went to Nashville 4/2009 for our honeymoon and had to celebrate 10 years. If you are a avid country music fan then this is the place for you! We were about a mile_mile 1\\2 from downtown Nashville. We loved that we didnt have to pay for parking, this is our 3rd time in Nashville. ( last time we went haf to pay 20_30 every time ..for parking) f you like to sing karaoke they have few bars down there oe just like to get good food/ listen to local bands\\ singers this is the place for you. People for the most part are so down to earth downtown. ( you get a few idiots) we were down there for the NFL draft ( steeler nation baby!!!) It was a experience.... Seen tim McGraw and dierks bentley and some new chick lauren ele? She wasnt bad. If you are a football nut like me then it's worth it. And if you dont mind walking or you could rent one of those scooter things or bike.

It was great discovering the history of country music, as well as the people who live among it. I felt the presence of all those famous people and the background of what made their music so memorable.

This Best Western is mostly all renovated and is a great location close to town. We were able to walk to town and is about a 30 minute walk from Nissan Stadium. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The complimentary breakfast was very good and coffee was always available. My only concern was that the beds we're a bit firm and I didn't sleep as well as usual. Very clean facilities.

We found this to be a good location if you want to go to the Gulch. It's an easy walk to the Gulch area. Several places to eat and drink. The Pub is an English Pub and the food and drinks are great! On Fri, Sat, Sun they have a bloody mary bar. The fish & chips are some of the Best we've ever had. Great service there too. As a tip, there is a free bus that will take you from the Gulch to Broadway. It goes all around the area and makes many stops. Guessing it took about 30 minutes to take that ride. An easy and inexpensive Uber ride to Broadway (where the honky tonks are) from the hotel. For a ride to Broadway at about 5pm it cost about $7. We were pleasantly surprised at the breakfast served. Very amazing how much they offer. It is one of the best breakfasts for this type of hotel we've stayed in. They even have a made to order omelet station. There are waffles, pancakes with all the fixing's, boiled eggs, sausage, bacon, bread, muffins, yogurt, cereal. Very good variety. Lots of places to sit and eat. However, during the day if you want to use the dining area to read, watch TV, play games, etc., it's cool. Some heat would be nice. There are plenty of TV's to watch a show or game. In fact that area is nicely put together. They provide toiletries that are nice. There is a small frig, microwave and plenty of places to plug in for charging devices. There is a safe in the room we had (king size). The safe however was not secured to anything. Just sitting on the floor. However, our friends had 2 queens on a different floor and that safe was secured. Probably just an oversight in our room, which appeared to be partially upgraded. There is a couch and if it makes into a bed, there were no linens. We found the bed too hard for our taste. Overall they place is nice and we'd certainly stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Plus here on Music Row. Short walk to the popular Gulch area which includes restaurants and shops and Starbucks! The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms very clean. Breakfast daily was fantastic and we used the hop on hop off bus to get around town. Uber is also great in this city.

The name Music Row is deceiving . It isn't close to any music places ,like we had thought it would be. The hotel was really nice, clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Other than the toilets being noisy, you could hear other people flushing during the night ,the hotel was really nice. The breakfast was great. The food was good and the service was great. We would recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for three nights, it was a bit further from Broadway than we anticipated so used Uber to get in and out after walking it the first night (especially as it rained the last night). Rooms were clean, bed linen and towels were nice, beds were comfortable too, we used the swimming pool which was freezing but it was nice to sit in the sun when it was out. Breakfast was a good variety too. Hotel was very well located for getting onto the interstates to get around

Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff! Great location, decent rooms, super comfy beds, clean, our bathroom needed some updating, but it was fine. The little omelette station is great! Overall the hotel is going through some updating) but it's all good and not bothersome at all. We would absolutely stay here again! About 20-30 min walk to Broadway; about a 10 min walk to great restaurants in The Gulch.

My daughter and I stayed here to go to a concert at the Mercy Lounge. Front staff at check-in was very friendly. I have read other reviews about them doing some refurbishing, but the only thing that we noticed was that they were doing some work at the fitness center, everything else was fine. Our room seemed clean, the beds were very comfortable. It did look like the bathroom could use a little refurbishing. The bathroom was pretty small. But the bathroom seemed fairly clean. The beds were very comfortable, I do wish they would not actually use bedspreads, most hotels are going away from them. The room was kind of small, there were two beds a television stand with a refrigerator and microwave underneath it and a table with 2 chairs, it would've been nice to have had an easy chair or someplace to sit beside the bed and the table chairs. But all in all the rooms fine. I thought breakfast was excellent. They have an omelette station. The staff in the breakfast room was very friendly. The location was a little bit far to walk to most things, but they suggested we use Lyft or Uber and that worked out fine. This hotel was quite a bit cheaper than the hotels a half a mile away in downtown Nashville. So for the price paid it was a decent hotel. They did recognize me as a best Western rewards member. All in all it's it's a good hotel.

We've stayed here before but it's been nearly remodeled and looks beautiful! Very comfortable place to stay, staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. It's just a short 1 mile walk to downtown Broadway street or a $6 uber ride. Best of all was their new Omelet station for breakfast...made to order and truly wonderful! Great way to start our day! Thank you Bestwestern Music Row!!! We'll be back!

We stayed one night to attend a concert. The staff was wonderful, so very helpful. I can't wait to stay here again! We were within walking distance of the Gulch and the Country Music Hall of Fame. The area was safe and beautiful.

Great location. Employees are accommodating and friendly. Rooms are clean and contain what you need. Wifi, parking and breakfast provided at no charge. Treated much better by staff than some of the more expensive chains. Highly recommend this hotel if visiting Nashville.

My husband, son and I made our first visit to the south to Nashville and landed on the Best Western Music Row for an 8 day, 7 night spring break vacation PROS: -The hotel was extremely clean! It looks as if they are in the middle of a remodel, as we heard some construction noise during the few day hours we actually were in our room. -The included breakfast (7:00 - 10:00 on weekends and 6:30 - 10:00 am on the weekends) was very good and replenished regularly. We enjoyed an omelet station with ham, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, cheese and tomatoes every morning staffed by a very friendly woman. They had a self-service pancake and waffle station in addition to all the regular standbys (cereals, yogurts, breads & pastries, bagels, potatoes, biscuits & gravy). -They have a nice washer/dryer (2 of each) payable via credit card available on the 5th floor for us to do laundry mid-way on our trip. -There is coffee available 24 hours a day in the lobby along with a vending machine with healthy options (very rare!). -Water pressure on the toilets and showers were excellent! I hate going to places where I have to stay in the shower a few minutes longer to rinse out my long hair because of poor water pressure. On a related note, hot water always was available! We left at different times every morning and there was always hot water. Many hotels don't do this well. -LOCATION- LOCATION-LOCATION!!! Since we were not in Nashville to go honky-tonking every single day, we really enjoyed our location away from Broadway. We were within 4 minutes of a freeway on-ramp but far enough away from the hustle-bustle of downtown. We had no problem getting to downtown, the Gulch, midtown and the 12 South restaurants and attractions. CONS: -After I booked my trip, a deal on Groupon popped up. When I approached the front desk about possibly cancelling my current reservation and rebooking at almost half price, the gentleman at the front desk told me there was nothing he could do for me. -Our room had no chest of drawers. Given there were 3 of us on a trip for 8 days, we had nowhere to put our clothes, We had to ask for hangers from the front desk and still needed to keep items not suitable for hanging in our suitcase. - The housekeeping crew comes really late! We would leave for an all-day excursion early in the morning and would come back to our room at 4:00 pm and the cleaning crew either were in our room when we were trying to rest/get ready or they hadn't yet arrived. We really enjoyed our vacation and plan on another adults-only trip to Nashville. We definitely will look on Groupon next time before booking the Best Western Music Row!

Very good service at the front desk, friendly an helpful. The breakfast is very good of qualitiy and choose. The egg service is great and fresh! Rooms are properly and the beds sleeps amazing good. The position of the hotel is also very good, close to downtown.

On our way back to MN from FL, we decided to stop in Nashville for 2 days to see some music and history sites. I chose the Best Western Music Row for it's location and price. The location was wonderful - easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, and fun shopping (as well as to a "hop-on-hop-off trolley stop). The staff could not have been more pleasant, helpful and well trained! they quickly took care of any of our needs and concerns. The breakfast is a step above most "free" breakfasts at hotels, even including made to order eggs and omelets. the lobby has been nicely remodeled and the breakfast area is large. Our room had not been remodeled yet, but was still comfortable and clean (the air-conditioner was a bit noisy). The equipment in the fitness center was new, easy to operate, and well maintained. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and will stay there again if we are in Nashville.

We arrived in Nashville at 5:00 pm, did a quick search on our phones and found this hotel. It was a super good price and within walking distance of downtown. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to keep our bikes in the back room rather than hauling them to the 3rd floor where are room was. The room was clean, supplied and comfy beds. The breakfast was quite good for a typical hotel breakfast. One special feature were freshly made omelettes!

This hotel is conveniently located at the northern end of Music Row. You have easy access to some clubs nearby and can walk down the row toward one of the honky-tonks. The room was very comfortable especially the bed, which I really liked. When I return to Nashville I would probably would stay there again. I would easily recommend this hotel for a good combination of value and comfort.

This hotel is well located in a quieter part of town. It has recently been upgraded and the rooms were nicely decorated with Music themed decorations and pillows - very fun and comfortable. Air and heat worked very well - and the staff were very kind, efficient, friendly and accomodating - we didn't have at any time for any services. The Breakfeast was well stocked with a wide variety of options, and the custom omelette's were a nice surprise. You won't regret choosing to stay here at Best Western Plus Music Row!

I had the idea before booking that best western was a motel type property and had reservations about booking, but I was pleasantly surprised to find this hotel on par with any fairfield inn or hilton garden inn. It was upgraded and well maintained, the staff was friendly and quick about every request, and the breakfast was abundant. I paid less to stay just on the otherside of the expressway from downtown, but had no problem walking the several blocks into downtown. I would stay again.

We enjoyed our visit and distance was OK to downtown Nashville restaurants and bars during the day. We chose not to walk back at night and took a cab that turned out to not use their meter and charged $12.00. We were told that Uber/Lyft would be $4.00 but chose to take a cab in a line. I would only recommend taking a Uber/Lyft in the future. Hotel was nice and breakfast was abundant with "make your own omelette" station and a large area for eating.

We enjoyed staying here because of its close location to the gulch, midtown restaurants/bars, and an easy 20 minute walk to broadway. The hotel has an omelet bar for breakfast which was an awesome surprise! They are currently remodeling- updated furniture and fixtures would make this an even better deal. Noisy during renovations, And the rooms are currently older in appearance and a little gritty, but the remodel will likely help this.

Outstanding stay. Clean and relaxing with an outstanding breakfast. Not to far of a walk to downtown or a quick ride. Enjoyed the professional and pleasant atmosphere. Check in and out was very quick and easy. Parking was also easy.

We stayed here for five nights in mid March. If you plan to stay here it's going to require keeping a open mind! The hotel is in the process of being completely refurbished. While we were there we saw new front entrance panels being put in place, painting going on at various parts around the hotel and there is evidence of lots of work going on upper floors. The lobby and reception area have been renovated already and look great. If you plan on staying in the room during the day, then be prepared for a little bit of construction noise. You could always ask for a room away from the renovations which makes things much quieter. I was told by hotel staff that the new rooms should start renting by late April 2019. They indicated that they do not expect any dramatic increase in per night rate as a result of the renovations. Let's start off with the negatives (but don't focus on these!). 1) The hotel is looking very tired looking in places. Everything from the elevators to the rooms have a very dated look and show a lot of signs of wear and tear. (Read above if you haven't done so) 2) If you're in a room at the front of the hotel, expect noise from the street all day and most of the night. The hotel is situated on a slight hill which causes vehicles to rev their engines more than they normally would. So any loud car or truck becomes disturbing as they leave the stop sign. Ask for room facing the back of the hotel, you lose the view but also lose the street noise. Positives of the hotel. 1) Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Especially Tina in the breakfast area who will go above and beyond to make you happy. 2) In spite of the tired look, the rooms are very clean and the staff do their best to keep the public areas looking clean as well. Tough to do when there's renovations going on! 3) The location is great. Close to area hotspots, restaurants and the downtown but far enough to be outside of the hustle and bustle. There are many forms of transportation available to get you where you want to go. We used Uber, Lyft, electric scooters, bicycles, transit and a golf cart during our stay. $25 flat rate from/to the airport. 4) Best breakfast bar I have seen in a hotel. Yes it's true, they have a omelette station where are you can have fresh made omelettes prepared for you with your choice of ingredients. Outside of that, they have the standard waffle maker, pancake maker, various fruits, pastries, cereals, bacon/sausage, potatoes, etc. 5) during our stay we never felt like we were in a bad neighborhood. I never saw any sketchy/suspicious people hanging around the area or the hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel for value and location at this point. Once the renovations are complete it's going to be hard to beat this hotel for the price, even if it goes up a little.

Stayed the night here last night. This property and its rooms are very clean and comfortable. Free parking in a big city is a tough find, but it's here. Complimentary breakfast even offers an omelette station. Is around one mile from Broadway, which is $5-8 via Uber/Lyft. Great Interstate access.

Overall: fine, if there is no better alternative. Nashville's not about the hotel experience anyway. Good things: the beds are good, the showers are good and the location is good. Bad things: 1. Breakfast (part 1) single-use disposable plastic and cardboard everywhere! Best Westin has decided not to invest in a proper kitchen and staff to clean dishes (corporate policy). This means you have to eat everything off paper plates with plastic cutlery. Every breakfast is finished with a table covered in fresh trash that needs to be stuffed into overflowing trash cans. Not only does it feel cheap to eat in this way, it's also tragic to think how much unnecessary waste is created due to this policy decision. Incidentally, we were told that many customers had made the same complaint. My guess is that Best Westin have decided to do this because it saves them money. That's why I felt compelled to write this review and give them 1 star (they won't change policy unless it starts to turn clients off and hit them in the pocket). 2. Breakfast (part 2) hardly any healthy options. If you like pancakes and biscuits and gravy every morning, then you'll be fine. If you're looking to avoid putting on 50lbs over the course of your vacation, perhaps avoid the free breakfasts and find somewhere else to eat. 3. The maid service is a bit over-eager so put your ‘do not disturb' sign on your door when you go to bed if you don't want someone to enter your room while you're getting ready for breakfast. 4. The decor is a bit 1970s (although I understand many of the rooms are about to be refurbished).

Great location for the price compared to other hotels in the area!! Great value, breakfast, and friendly staff. There are vending machines that accept cash & credit cards which was wonderful. The bed was a bit more firm than expected but it slept well. I usually have back problems sleeping but I woke up feeling very rested and no back pain. There is an omelet (or scrambled eggs if you prefer) station during breakfast which was a great plus!! Walking distance to the First Art Museum and other downtown areas. We stayed two nights for a concert at Exit/In and it took us about 30 mins to casually walk there. About a 5 min walk to The Gulch.

We stayed here because we were moving next door. It's a great location-at the edge of the Gulch and Music Row. The hotel has been modernized but our room was still the old decor and furniture. Everything worked though so we were fine.

The hotel is very nice. It is now being remodeled so it will be even nicer. Breakfast was very good. It is about a mile from Broadway but about 2 miles from the bar scene. The staff was very friendly & helpful. We unexpectedly had to leave early and the staff was very accomadating with the change. We highly recommend this hotel and will return.

Came in for a weekend without a car and wanted to stay close to Bridgestone arena. Other than the torrential down pour, we were easily able to walk the .9 miles back and forth from Sobro. Even after a Preds game, the walk home felt safe and well lit. I had just about given up on hotel breakfasts, but this had very good choices for everyone. We had an older room, which was clean and a little tired, but the renovated ones will be really nice. Staff was helpful as well.

We spent 5 nights at this hotel. I guess your view of it would depend on how much you paid. First off, the staff generally were lovely, and we especially commend the front desk ladies who were unfailingly helpful and very smiley and polite. The site of the hotel is great, the Gulch is 5 mins walk, where there are all sorts of restaurants, and especially the fab venue Station Inn which specialises in Bluegrass, small and intimate with surprisingly good Pizza. Somehow the hotel doesn't quite make it, and the most obvious defect which is the provision of cardboard plates and cups with plastic cutlery at breakfast .... never experienced anything like it and cheapens an otherwise thoroughly decent breakfast to, for us, a disastrous degree. Interestingly the other reviews on Tripadvisor don't mention this unless you look very hard, but really, only the very cheapest snack bars would serve on cardboard. Next problem was the A/C unit in the bedroom which is a bulky old fashioned unit which didn't work. This was replaced within a few hours, but only heats the room with gales of ultra dry air that irritates the eyes no end. When you turn the unit off the room goes cold in less than a minute due to breeze entering through the unit itself and (I think) lack of double glazing on the windows. It was zero degrees outside. Then during the night, despite being turned off, the AC unit sprang into life at random times, for about one minute, noisily delivering freezing air, then shut down again, waking us up every time. The hotel was unable to rectify this. The safe being on the floor will be an issue to guests with mobility problems. Comfortable bed of the memory foam type. The room itself is dated with old carpet, and the bathroom had an ancient bath and really the whole thing needs stripping out and starting again. There was a sign in the foyer saying that a refurbishment was underway, so if that refurb addresses these various points all my points are invalidated!! So we loved and hated this hotel, felt we had paid too much (via an agent in the UK) and in its current state would not return. Fab staff and location however as mentioned....

I'm typically a Hilton person, but I've stayed at this Best Western for about 20 years or so. I've seen the ups and downs. They are currently renovating, which is some sort of always on going process, however this time you see big results. It's been 2 years since my last visit, and wow! Beautiful new lobby and breakfast area have been added. The breakfast area is typical hotel food, but does have a waffle makes, pancake machine, and best of all a cooked to order omelette station. The breakfast alone is awesome. The pictures of the rooms that are coming look very nice. My current room had just been painted but had received the new furniture or carpet yet. The rooms are very clean, and passed my picky inspection. I was impressed with the daily housekeeping. The only thing I didn't like is that they still fold the towels in random shapes...I wished they would stop this and keep it simple. The bathroom amenities have been improved to a higher quality of product. The towels have been replaced and now have a nice thick high end feel. The customer service is top notch, they are always willing to go the extra mile for you. With the new lobby, they have a cozy seating area with a big screen tv. This was nice to unwind after a long day. The gym equipment looked new and was really nice. Nice laundry machines on the 5th floor. Overall I will be booking next years trip to this Best Western Plus. The location is minutes to the gulch and a minute longer to the convention center. Uber rides were 4 to 5. They also have lots of the Lime and Bird scooters around. Overall, great location, friendly staff, clean, and just a great place to stay.

We stayed here after reading other reviews and were not disappointed. A clean, well appointed lobby and reception area, responsive and helpful front desk. The rooms were neat and clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever experienced when traveling. Fresh cooked eggs to order for breakfast and a wide variety of choices otherwise was unexpected. The room, although neat and clean, are a little dated (but a renovation is underway). Only the room HVAC was a challenge - it took us a few tries to get it to the point where we weren't being baked out. Highly recommend.

We've been to Nashville three times and have stayed at the BW Plus Music Row each time. The front desk staff are friendly, efficient and helpful; when we drove in to the parking lot, we realized our tire was going flat...thank goodness the staff was able to quickly suggest where to go to get that issue fixed! Breakfast is provided; there are quite a few hot and cold items, and the staff is constantly cleaning and replenishing. The location is great...you can walk downtown in about half an hour (or catch the free Green Line bus not too far from the hotel), plus it's a short walk to the neighbourhood called The Gulch. Parking is free, which is a bonus!

The hotel is ideally located near The Gulch and within walking distance of downtown. The hotel is well cared for and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had lots of options and we really liked that our eggs were prepared to order. We will definitely stay there again.

It is ok. The pictures online look great and the property just isn't what it looks like online. It's a great location to downtown and attractions. The staff was easy to work with and the breakfast was great!!

The hotel is about a 20-30 minute walk to downtown Nashville but there are a few bars / places to eat nearby. Our room was clean, with a coffee maker, a fridge and a microwave. The decor is okay, a little dark, but that just my opinion. They have an outdoor pool (not in use when we visited) and a small gym. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but they do serve breakfast. The breakfast area is spacious and there was lots of variety including an omelette station, choose your own fillings and they make it fresh for you, a pancake machine, a waffle machine plus yoghurts, fruit, cereals, pastries, sausage, bacon and more. The staff at breakfast were very helpful. There is coffee in the lobby with take out cups (may just be in the morning). I noticed some snacks behind reception and there is also a couple of vending machines for drinks & snacks. They have pizza menus in the lobby, but when we rang to order the priced doubled when we asked for it to be delivered to the hotel, so the lady on reception directed us to a place just on the next street which was great and a much cheaper option. I thought the location was really good, being out of the centre made it much quieter and we were happy to take the walk to and from the centre. When we left to go to the airport we used Lyft as we'd seen it advertised in a bar. They were great and cheaper than Uber too. We loved Nashville and will definitely return and I'd be happy to stay at this hotel again.

There is no restaurant or bar at this hotel, but they do serve breakfast, which rates about a 5 on a 1-10 scale. Uber is great here and you can get a ride in minutes (it rained a lot while I was here). The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can walk to the bars and pubs in the Music Row section of town in about 10-15 minutes (go out the front door and turn left). Walking to Broadway is supposed to be a mile, but I never walked. I used Uber on account of the weather. Almost next door is a cafeteria style restaurant with home-cooked food that is very reasonable. It's open hours are limited, however. Go out the front door and turn right, go half a block and it's on the left. The prices at this hotel are reasonable. They do have vending machines for snacks and drinks. There was a fridge in my room.

Located near downtown but far enough away for peaceful sleeping, this hotel is perfect. Staff is super friendly, decor is nice, hot breakfast is excellent, and parking--in a very large lot--is free, something rarely found in downtown hotels. Best of all, it's only a mile from 3rd & Lindsley, the best music venue in Nashville (IMHO).

It is a bit of a walk to town, but if you are there to enjoy the atmosphere of Nashville, it's an OK thing to do. There was a very good personalized omelet bar, something I haven't seen in other hotels. Made for a nice hot breakfast. Two complementary newspapers available. We used UBER also, always quick service at this location, so that was an added benefit when we were not up for the walk.

Loved the staff and how attentive they were to making our stay pleasurable. The room was very clean and the decor was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Close enough to downtown yet far enough away to be out of the craziness.

Nice Hotel and good service. The furnitures were a bit old, but they were doing/planning renotavions. The Parking free. We had a very quiet sleep after a long day. The breakfast was very nice, they even had an omelette station. Recommended

Close to downtown. it is reasonably priced and a fifteen or 20 minute walk downtown or an inexpensive Uber or Lyft ride. Breakfast is included and has many options including an omelette station. Property is clean- it is going through renovations at this time though- so a little noisy in the morning.
