Best Western Plus Fresno Airport Hotel

My daughter found an ADULT TOY right under the pull out couch & all they did was move us a couple of rooms down & that room had trash in the pull out. I still have to call the general manger during the week which is stupid to me because how can he not be contacted immediately with something like this. I always have recommended this hotel to people & we always stay here but I will not be doing that anymore.

After a less than stellar experience at a different hotel the night before, we booked the following night at Best Western Plus Fresno Airport Hotel, and we were very satisfied! It started with a well lit parking lot with plenty of parking, and led into a very nice and clean lobby where we were immediately greeted and helped. Our room was great! Comfy pillows, not those kind that your head sinks right through even when doubling up. The room was clean, and made us feel immediately comfortable. Even near the airport, we heard no surround noises from traffic or aircraft, and had a great night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked and delicious! Overall, this will be my go to hotel when staying in Fresno, CA.

I chose this hotel because it is very conveniently located near the Fresno airport. I was a little concerned there might be more airplane noise, but there really wasn't much, if any, at night. The bed and room were clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. My only concern was the tub/shower water drained slowly, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Was surprised with $ 7.50/night parking fee along with $25.00 incidental deposit on credit card. I don't like surprises of additional charges upon cheeking in. Breakfast bar in lobby had good selection of options. 24 hour coffee machine is very convenient.

Excellent all around place to stay, quiet and you won't be disappointed. Easy access to most places around Fresno and good restaurants in the area. We stay here every year and can depend on the same experience every time.

Very kind and efficient staff, super-ample parking, too. The bed was so comfortable I really didn't want to get up in the morning. My room was quiet and immaculate. The breakfast is worth getting out of bed for! There is a generous buffet that will work for all diet types.

We stayed 1 night for a wedding, it was conveniently located within minutes of where we needed to go. It was very clean and quiet. The bed was nice and firm. The fitness room was perfect. The breakfast was very good, food was hot and restocked frequently. The coffee was hot with a decaf choice.

Positives: 1. Friendly front desk employees that are truly service-oriented-. 2. Delicious hot breakfast which included eggs, bacon, and make-your-own waffles 3. 24 hour airport shuttle service that was literally ready at your beck and call. 4. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and relatively spacious--we had a super comfortable king bed. 5. Close to the airport--we actually walked one direction and it only took around 10 minutes. Negatives: Nothing to report--this hotel checks all the boxes if you are looking for a clean, comfortable hotel near the Fresno airport.

Great hotel, so close to Fresno airport. Hotel breakfast was good, clean and well stocked. Hotel is next door to Quizno's and Little Cesar Pizza. Amazing staff, attentive and helpful. Good fitness center, also guest laundry room on site. Great room and shuttle to airport.

Excellent customer service. However, rooms were 2 out of 5. We stayed in three different rooms due to our traveling schedule. And this occurred in all three rooms. Refrigerator didn't work properly. Our food went bad the next day. Shower did not work properly as well. We had to turn the nozzle all the way to the hot side to get warm water. Overall rooms were very disappointing for the price. This place wouldn't be our first choice the next time.

Wonderful and kind staff. Room was clean and everything in it work in perfect contition. Breakfast was good and love the cappiccino and latte machine. My family and I had a happy stay and in the future will stay in this hotel in Fresno. My sincere gratitude to all the workers of Best Western Plus in Fresco.

We loved the room large and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was great. The bed was very firm. My husband loved that me not so much. Went down to use business room, ran into a worker doing updates to the hotel, he was very nice saying the hotel was doing updates, I can say if he had not said anything I would not know they were there, very quite. Left before breakfast, but they had a grab and go, great selection to pick from. Very please will stay there again

Cold showers, totliet didn't work properly . Some the furniture in room was dirty and damaged. Refrigetor unplug and turn off and area around the refrigator was dirty(old plates and food). Charged for parking, but had to park on Street. I usually stay at this hotel over years. But there was too many things wrong with the hotel on this stay. I will book another hotel.

The staff was exceptional and friendly. The hotel was very clean; the bed and bedding were comfortable. Bathrooms were immaculate. Breakfast was very good. We took a shuttle to the airport which was on time. Our driver was considerate and congenial. It's a well managed hotel at an exceptionally reasonable price!

The hotel was clean and provided many toiletries. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They suggested places to visit and to eat. The breakfast was good. Rooms and beds were comfortable . What more can you ask for?

The hotel and staff are fantastic. I would stay there again whenever I am in Fresno. The finest BW hotel I have ever stayed in. All of the staff were exceptionally professional and extremely helpful. The shuttle service from/to the hotel from the airport was first class.

I had to travel to Fresno for a funeral. I had stayed at this hotel under a different name long ago and since it was close to the church, I decided to take a chance and say there again. It was by far a good choice. Staff were hospitable and welcoming. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The next morning I greeted by a delicious breakfast buffet with real food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who travels for work or pleasure.

Arrived late, office personnel friendly, helpful. Asked if I could return my rental and get a ride back to hotel at such a late hour (11 PM). No problem, gave me business card to call hotel and sent shuttle within 15 mins. Hotel is in very nice and room great. Shuttle at 4:30 AM was great and best part, airport only a 5 min drive. (Little food choices at airport, so grabbed a complimentary muffin (fruit also offered) from lobby. Happy I did. I did have one problem with bathroom, hot water no problem in sink, but for some reason, even after letting it run 5 or more mins., could not get hot water from tub, barely luke warm. Reported to staff as I was checking out and she took the time to question the problem and write it down for maintenance. Will stay there on my family trips with grandkids.

This hotel room was clean and spacious. The staff was exceptionally polite and professional. Unfortunately, that's where the good ends. There was no hutch water in the shower until it ran for over 20 minutes. They clearly are aware of this problem because I called the front desk, and she said: just run it until it's hot! In a state where water conservation is so critically important, that seems utterly ridiculous! In addition, the room went from freezing to incredibly hot and stuffy. The thermostat completely shuts down when the desired temperature is reached, instead of maintaining a low level of AC. I barely slept. I wish I could recommend this place, but I can't. All we needed was a good night's sleep before a long day's journey and we didn't get it.

I had a good stay at this hotel. Everyone was nice and helpful. They had everything you need for the stay and their breakfast was good too so many varieties. Very welcoming to guests. I recommend this hotel. Thank you

Great stop after backpacking on the JMT. Pancakes, eggs and sausage for breakfast; large room with fridge and microwave, decent pool and shuttle only 4 minutes from the airport. Would definitely stay here next time I have to layover waiting for a flight out of FAT.

The breakfast is worth getting up extra early. There's a Starbucks in the same shopping center and gas stations near by. Pillows were comfy. Rooms were clean. Staff is super friendly. Only thing that was a little off was the temperature of the water in the shower. It would get hot out of nowhere and you had to like hop out of the water so it wouldn't scald you. Other than that I had no issues. I would stay here again!

So convenient to the Fresno Airport & hotel shuttle to airport was ready when I needed it. Convenient snack/frozen items/drinks/toiletries available for purchase right at the front desk. All front desk staff I interacted with were professional, efficient and friendly. I stay here twice a year to visit family and I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else.

Knowledgeable, kind and warm smiles at check in and check out. We signed up for the rewards program because we felt so welcomed and all was really clean! Warm breakfast was such a treat! The BW logo is the cutest on the waffle maker!

We stayed there last year for a night after labor day. Our experience was the worst it could be for staying at a Best Western Plus. I reached out to the front desk ,Best Western customer service and even the corporate HQ to get some compensation for our stay. All I got was a runaround and IT"S ALMOST A YEAR went by and nothing happened, so I have to say STAY AWAY FROM HERE. I have a review posted on tripadvisor from September 2022

I enjoyed my stay there and breakfast was available in the morning which people could eat either in their rooms or in a dining area. I was pretty tired when I came in the night before and they had a room service with a local restaurant in which I ordered a meal that was delivered to my room. (That is separate from Best Western)

The staff at check in are very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. Clean and tidy room with comfy bed and sofa. Fancy flavored coffee machine open 24 hrs and coffee was hot and tasty. For us it was a convenient location.

Person at check-in was not cordial at all. No, I hope you enjoy your stay with us, good morning, etc. Watch out for $5 per day parking charge. They don't tell you about this. This is not a problem but why do they have to sneak it in. It's not on the internet bookings either. Did not notice until final check out receipt.

Too many things broken. Elevator, broken. Ice machine, broken. Jacuzzi, broken.They charged for parking. It's not even a secure parking lot. Had to go to a different floor for ice. Said there was gluten free, none

I have stayed at this BW previously and have always been pleased with the service and facilities. The location is very convenient for access to the airport and local businesses. Hot breakfast is a plus.

A OK cheap hotel. But, we picked this hotel for the hot tub and an upgraded room with a sofa bed. Both were horrible. The hot tub was broken and the hotel has no plans for repair. We were told, yes we know and we need to update the website. The pull out was the worst we ever experienced at a hotel. We were told all pull outs are this way. Pillows are half size and lumpy. No ventilation in the bathroom.

We only stayed one night. The room was clean, there was a fridge and microwave available in the room. The buffet breakfast was OK, although eggs and sausage were cold. There was waffles available but the wait time was too long. Overall it was a good stay.

Our new go-to when flying in or out of Fresno! Staff we encountered were all super-helpful and nice (special shout-out to our shuttle driver both ways, Diane). Room was very comfy and breakfast was plentiful and included eggs, sausage, fruit, etc. You literally can't get closer to the airport but it was quiet! Looking forward to our next stay.

I had to change rooms twice. Rain leaked into the room. My last room was way too hot despite the thermostat being in the 60s. My door didn't latch shut. I had to shower in 2” of water. Trash pickup happened in the middle of the night and was loud. Ice maker was broken. Last visit the guest laundry was out. Didn't check this time. Then people are nice at least.

My wife and I recently spent 3 nites spent 3 nites here. The toilet did not flush properly. We called the front desk to report this plumbing issue, but were told the maintenance dept had gone for the day, but someone would take a look at the toilet while we went to dinner We asked to be moved to another room if the problem could not be fixed.. When we returned to the hotel hotel we found that the problem had not been fixed. We called the front desk again and their solution was to send a hotel employee to our room with a toilet plunger. When I told her that I was a paying guest of the hotel and not an employee, she told me I should plunge the toilet just was as i would plunge my own toilet at home. I asked to speak to the hotel manager snd she told me there was no manager on the premises. I then told her I wanted to be moved to another room and she told me she did not have the authority to do that. I then went downstairs tot he front desk and the plunger lady followed me to the front desk. I explained the issue to the lady at the front desk and requested a transfer to a new room. I also explained that I felt it unreasonable to be expected to plunge the toilet after each use. At that point the desk clerk said she would transfer us to a new room. The plunger lady actually argued with the desk clerk about giving us a new room saying we didn't;t deserve a new room because we reused to plunge the toilet. The new room was satisfactory and we encountered no other problems.

This hotel was clean and in a good location for me. The staff was incredibly helpful. Needed a place to stay on my way to Sequoia and this worked fine. Doubtful I'll ever be in the area again, but I would stay here again

We were flying out of Fresno Airport Tuesday Sept.13th. so I looked at the reviews and they looked good. On Monday night we didn't get there till around 8:30pm and we still didn't eat anything for supper yet. We kept everything in the vehicle and checked in and was given a room up on the 4th floor. My wife always insist that we pull up the bedding and look at the mattresses. We checked the first bed and it appeared ok but the second mattress had some markings along the seam. We left and got a quick bite to eat and came back and went up to check it again. After looking closer on the other side of the mattress we found longer red stains along the seam and found a tissue stuck between the mattress. My wife took pictures and we went down to the lobby and showed the pictures to the guy that checked us in .He wrote down the information and had a lady check it out and we were given a room on the third floor. We did our checking out again and it was close to midnight so I fell a sleep on top of the coverings. When I woke up I asked why the top cover on the other bed was on the chair and my daughter said they found blood on the cover so she removed it . all 3 of us slept on top of the covers and had our belongings off the floor. My wife mentioned it to the attendant in the morning and I emailed Best Western Plus and called the headquarters saying I think I should be getting refunded for my night but haven't received a email or phone call . I

This is an as expected BW Plus, generally pretty reliable. The only real gripe we had is that their internet server could obviously NOT handle peak traffic. Everything else about our stay was just fine-- the place is clean. Staff was fine etc. These franchise hotels need to understand that reliable internet is now aa required as any other expected amenity. I needs to be able to handle peak traffic. End of story.

When I travel, I look for Best Western hotels because the experience is relatively the same at each location - the rooms are clean, the amenities are nice, and the customer service is satisfactory. My only complaint about this location in particular is that I got a room near the front of the building, and a very bright white light was shining through the window, and the curtains were transparent. So my room was lit the entire night. I brought a sleeping mask but it did not help much. Blackout curtains would've been appreciated.

Nice hotel for stop over to Monteray, very clean. The pool and hot tub were also very clean. They did upgrade to suite. We did come back for a two night stay on our return trip to the airport. Breakfast area clean.

The rooms are extremely dirty. Would not recommend bringing kids. They have a plumbing problem. They do not properly clean rooms especially bathrooms, it's not worth the price I paid 120 a night at a discounted rate and I would consider this hotel a $75 a night on peek. There t.vs just have cable no smart tv. The staff was extremely rude and not accommodating. Unprofessional, did not know the scope of there job. Honestly I could go on. I would not recommend this hotel they need new management and some TLC on there building.

Location to airport is awesome and shuttle driver was great. Only one ice machine worked on 1st floor and we were on fourth. Very inconvenient. A/C fan runs continuously which was annoying. Breakfast look good but we left at 5:30 am and was told breakfast started at 6:00 even though it was already out.

This is my third stay at this hotel in the past 3 months. I did not want to write a review, until I make sure that this hotel is worth a review. And the answer is simply yes, it's definitely worth it! This hotel, in each time, gave me what exactly I need in towards my stays for my business trips. The hotel is clean and they offer a quality nutritious breakfast for free. The service is excellent. This service is not a one man show thing, no, I stayed 3 times for a week each time, and I have dealt with multiple staff. All the staff showed proficiency and excellent service, especially Noe and Gabriel, whom always go above and beyond with their smiley greetings and efficiency in checking ins and out. At last, I highly recommend this hotel, especially for a business trip. And, I want to thank Best Western Plus for doing such an awesome job.

The service was top notch, very friendly and exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only odd thing was the bed pillows. They were little squares and too small to move your head around. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and shuttle service.

I stayed one night at a different hotel upon arrival to Fresno and then Best Western upon my departure. I wish I stayed at BW both times. Check in staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable- I wished I could have slept in. There were breakfast items for “Grab and Go” since I left at 4:00 a.m. There's a sub shop, pizza, and Starbucks right outside the hotel. The only negative I have is they charged me a $5 parking fee but I didn't have a car parked there.

Overall, it was ok. The room was clean. The television channel selection is very poor. The breakfast was ok. The scrambled eggs were fine, but the bacon was mostly fat and grease. The checkin was easy and the clerk was very nice. The hotel is very close to the airport.

Was awesome!! Very clean and Happy environment. Breakfast set up very nice. I will definitely be back to visit. My wife and son were very happy with the pool, very clean and you can also BBQ They have a very nice gazebo palm trees very spacious.

I have stayed at this hotel before and it's always been clean. This time it was really bad. The first room we were assigned had opened bottles of shampoo and a body soap . Tub was full of hair including pubic hair. I then got assigned to a different room. Trash can was left on top of desk without a liner. Tub had lots of hair on tub drain. Front desk said it was because they were short staffed which it shouldn't be an excuse for dirty rooms. They did apologize and offered free stuff from their little market.

King bed, large bathroom and the AC worked. The hotel check-in agent gave me an excellent recommendation for local Mexican food at my request. She hit a homerun with the 559 Street Tacos which was only 3 or 4 miles away.

Great hotel, minutes from Fresno Airport (with complimentary 24/7 shuttle service). Front desk staff were friendly, quick and efficient. Room was clean and amazingly quiet. One early morning, I saw security staff walking the halls, so as a single traveler I felt very safe. I will definitely stay here again for future Fresno trips.

Visited family, stayed 6 days. I had 85 yr old mom. Hotel reserved 2 queen 1st floor room for us due to my mom' disability. Staff was so kind, professional, and gave us great service. We felt safe. Parking lot was will lighted. Breakfast was great! Starbucks,Quiznos, little Cesar's pizza next door walking. Front desk staff was awesome! We will definitely stay here again when we visit Fresno.

It's first time that stayed at Best West Turn Hotel. I feel very comfortable and I like environment around there too. There was good services, Clean, nice setting, comfortable sleep and quiet area. Everything was good inside bed room.

Stayed here after long flight. Courtesy shuttle picked us up after midnight. Driver excellent. Front desk friendly and efficient. Room clean but could use an update. Shuttle took us back to airport to get our rental car the next morning. Everyone related to this Best Western was great. Would stay there again.

I called a week ahead of time to ask for early check-in and was told it wasn't a problem. When I arrived I waited 10 minutes without being greeted while the clerk answered phone calls. My guess is that she was new and had not received a lot of training. Finally, someone else came (a manager? Not sure since she didn't have a name tag, just a snippy attitude) The woman snapped check-in time was at 3. I explained I had made arrangements and she repeated 5 times what time I could check-in. Eventually, the other girl suggested a room that was ready and the woman seemed annoyed and stated it was on the ground floor, which was actually perfect. After that, my stay was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable and I loved the location right near the lobby. The breakfast was spectacular! So many choices and they kept it clean and well-stocked. Hopefully, the nasty woman was a random occurrence or maybe she was having a really bad day although I feel her disposition might not be right for the service industry. I would definitely stay at a Best Western again since it was a good value and so clean.

I NEVER write reviews, but after calling the hotel today, on my return flight and after 5 days away, I needed a ride to my car that was stored at the hotel. To my amazement, the young desk clerk not only remembered and called me by name but made me feel like I was part of the team. I myself am a GM for 5 Star Hotels in Florida and actually called to offer him a job, if he ever wants to leave California. If I were the Best Western Team, I would do my utmost to keep that young man on board.

We arrived at the hotel around 2. Many people were sitting in the lobby. When we went to the check-in, we were rudely told the rooms were not ready. Our rooms had been pre-paid as part of a tour, but the rude clerks kept telling us we would have to pay. The two women at the desk were not about to do anything to help with this issue. The only bright spot in the process was Joanne Nauheimer, one of the employees, who was the only nice person we worked with. She straightened out the payment issue and got our rooms. The rooms were only ok but one bar of soap,one small shampoo and conditioner does not really serve 2 people. I would never stay here again. There is nothing of interest near this hotel other than a Starbucks, Little Caesars and Quiznos, so if you want to eat somewhere, don't stay here unless you have a car.

Great location right outside airport in Fresno. Clean and ample rooms. Short drive to some of the Clovis and Fresno attractions. There is a parking fee and vehicles must be registered with front desk. Great breakfast provided daily.

I am a consultant. After a 16 hour work day, the front desk person doing the evening shift would not take a credit card over the telephone from the person who booked the room for me. He would not call his manager. He refused to be of any service. A project coordinator from the firm I was working for had to come at 11PM at night to straighten things out. I was so tired. I was already in the room the night before. My belongings were already in the very room I was trying to get in to. The Front Desk person was so inept even after I explained to him that I spoke to his Manager earlier in the day and she said all it required was a key update.

Great stay love the room staff was Phenomenal only thing the ice machine was out of service the room was very spacious clean and fresh breakfast was on time I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family

Staff members are very nice, they try to be as accommodating as possible. Rooms are very clean, but the only thing was that our shower/tub drainage was slow so I was in ankle deep shower water for half of my 5 minute shower. Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay.

On Saturday we had a check in time at 3pm. We had arrived an hour earlier than anticipated so we decided to call the hotel to see if they would accommodate us an hour earlier but they told us they had a busy night so they wouldn't. It was understandable, so we waited it out till check in time. We get to the hotel at 3pm and we're told by reception to wait 5 minutes because our room wasn't ready. Those 5 minutes goes by and we're told to wait another 10 minutes more. At this point it was more time than what we were told to wait which was an inconvenience for us. Finally we got the room check in to the room. The next morning, I go to open the fridge to grab a water bottle we had placed the day before and there were two cockroaches. We wouldn't have thought our experience at this hotel would turn out this way. It's unfortunate.

I have stayed a few times at this hotel. It has always been clean with everything working. Have never had any issue with staff. Was a little caught off guard by housekeeping knocking on my door every 15 minutes starting at 930am even with the privacy sign up.

I need a shuttle from the airport. I am elderly and couldn't make it to the regular pick up area. The shuttle had to come and pick me up at the curb near the airport exit. I always felt secure and safe there until my friends were able to pick me up.

Close to the airport, but so are other properties. They also charge for parking in addition to the high room rate. Weather forced me to change my departure flight from Wednesday to Thursday. For this they increased the room rate by $30!!!!! Same room, same service, but an opportunity to gouge the traveler. Not nice!

Do not stay here! The room nasty & outdated & manager is rude & ratchet. She had an attitude for no reason when I was just asking questions. She don't like her job. Only stayed for 2 hours & decided to leave & would not give a refund. Also it says free parking on the website & they charge you for parking still.

First time in Fresno from AZ. I liked how close this hotel was to the Airport and the free shuttle was very convenient. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. The AC worked great . There is not a lot to do around this hotel, however it's not bad considering how close to the airport it is. Also, was not affected by airplane noise at all.

They wont let you know ahead of time but they charge for parking. Its not the charge that is so bad but they wait until you get there to tell you about it. The clerk recommended a place to eat you would not go into unless you were armed. Really disappointed with the whole thing.

$5 to park? Tired of the added fees this place adds. The service was great but he told us it was the manager told him to charge for parking. Think i would have been better not knowing and just adding to the room. We would have left but it was late. Tub and shower was not checked before we came in and the fridge still had some ones food in it.

Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. Make sure before you travel that they dont plan on cleaning out the maintenance closet at 7am right next to your room. Extremely noisy at 7am banging around with no concern for sleeping guests.

One night stay. Booked with points but received a bill with obscure overcharges for $45.99. Hotel unable to issue a correct folio but keeps sending comical automated messages that ignore the matter completely. The contact function on the BW app does not work either. A complete zoo.

We had a very comfortable 1 night stay here. Check in was quick and easy. The room was large and comfortable. And it is perfectly located across the street from the airport. They even have a shuttle you can take advantage of.

When I arrived the room wasn't cleaned…. Moved to another room, requested for the room to be cleaned after 1st night of our 4night . Was told that they only clean rooms if we stayed more than 5 nights.

My two brothers and I stayed at this hotel on 28, 29 August 2021 in Room 312. While taking a shower I slipped, hit the side of the tub and broke a rib. Luckily I did not hit my head. I feel the three small strips in the front part of the tub were completely inadequate to prevent such an accident. The shower in that room did not provide a “reasonably safe environment”. I reached out to the hotel manager about the incident but she did not return my email. In my view the hotel needs to address this dangerous situation so it does not happen to other guests.

I would give this place a higher score if I could. The staff were professional and super friendly. They seemed sincerely happy to be working there, which in this time of COVID you don't usually find in many places. The location was easy to find and despite being close to the airport, the room was quiet. I was put on the top floor (my favorite) and felt safe from parking lot to room

Poor internet causing me to have to change hotels because it was completely not functioning for two days in a row. Cold water, gym pictures advertise full set of weights but all missing, older rooms..

Stayed at this hotel on the last night of our California tour. Check in was fast and friendly. Everything was spotlessly clean. Their staff is willing to take you to the Fresno Airport at any time of the day or night. The breakfast was wonderful.

My room had bedbugs and they really had their way with me. I was bit dozens of times and suffered itching for days afterward. I alerted the staff immediately and they said they would take care of it. No refund offered!

I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS HOTEL. We are very impressed with the amazing service, cleanliness, and how comfortable we were here. The staff here made my sons birthday very enjoyable. They were helpful and kind , we asked for one thing and they were on top of it right away. Breakfast the next morning had several options, great tasting, and very clean area. 10 out of 10.

We stayed for one night this past week and would come back in a heart beat. We arrived earlier than expected and figured we would just drop off our bags and return later. The women at the front desk could not have been kinder. They were incredibly welcoming and asked us to wait a few minutes and they would have a room for us. We were in a room within 5 minutes. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a very early flight and the staff were also very helpful getting us set up with the morning shuttle.

Rooms are very nice and staff is friendly. Lobby was freezing- I stayed here two nights about a week apart. Breakfast was good for a "free" buffet. Very close to airport but no place to walk for a sit-down meal.

The room I had was clean, comfortable and roomy. Front desk staff was excellent. Proximity to the airport is a huge plus -- probably only 5-10 minutes. Yet it was quiet. I didn't use the shuttle, but it was always at the ready just outside the front doors. No comment on breakfast since I only had coffee, but there were a dozen guests attending. I would definitely stay here again should I fly into Fresno.

Great hotel! Clean and roomy. Proximity to the airport was in walking distance but they have a shuttle. Within walking distance to places to eat. Continental style breakfast was good. Pool was clean. In house laundromat was clean and usable. Friendly staff despite extreme business. We would definitely stay again.

We always stay at this hotel when we are in Fresno. Our expectations are never disappointed. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are many and always kept filled and the area clean.

We chose a park and fly option, and were very pleased. We drove two hours from home to fly out of the Fresno airport on a trip to the east coast. With a very early flight out, and a late return, we opted to spend the night at the Fresno Best Western before departing and again on our return. So glad we did! The hotel shuttle is convenient and efficient. We were well-rested before our flight out, and appreciated a good night's sleep on our return prior to driving home the next morning. We had a fourth floor room—quiet and comfortable! The staff is friendly and helpful. Nice variety for breakfast, including a hot option, and the coffee was good, too! Our car was safe in the hotel lot—it cost less to park there than at the airport.

We chose the Best Western Plus Fresno Airport Hotel for our three nights in Fresno because of its good reviews on Tripadvisor. It ended up being an excellent choice. The room was nice, and the breakfast was very good, with a nice view of the pool area. We also liked that the breakfast started at 6am, so we were able to get a meal in before leaving the hotel at 7am each morning. It was also nice to have a water bottle refill station in the workout room.

When I entered my room, I immediately saw two dead cockroaches on the floor. I asked to switch rooms but the second room was no better. My (second) room had hair in the bathtub from the previous guest and bed covers with numerous stains on them. The carpet was filthy and did not appear to have been fully cleaned. I also saw another dead cockroach on the floor. I spent a restless night due to this filthy environment. I have had good stays at Best Western hotels in the past, but this experience — of cockroaches, a dirty bathroom, poorly cleaned carpets, and stained bed covers has left me very disturbed about the quality of your accommodations.

Helpful staff gave sights to see in area while we had some time to kill before our flight. Called taxi for us. Clean room. Great breakfast. Pool and hot tub. Free airport shuttle. Nearby places to eat.Pizza, subs, Starbucks. Plenty of plugs for devices. Good Wi-Fi, text it, microwave. No safe in room only issue.

Great place, nice and clean, room is a little small but for us to go travel next day is ok. Great breakfast also. bed is very comfortable. hot breakfast is rear now a days but they have it, very appreciated.

I would stay here again. Staff was very courteous and room was spacious and clean. For a free breakfast it was good. The single bad thing was the noise at night from cars on road. Seemed they were "racing" if you will.

Just needed a few nights away from home so stayed. It was clean, kids loved the pool. I was sad we didn't get hot breakfast because of covid but they still offered some things. I had entered in a promotion to receive gift card $25 per night, however still haven't heard anything about that

Loved everything about this hotel. A very large comfortable suite at a reasonable price, excellent service, very good choices for breakfast to take to the room, and a location close to freeways as well as a mall with many good restaurants.

I booked a double bed queen suite, a few hours prior to my arrival I received a text saying they did not have that particular room available & could give me 2 queen rooms or King Suite for a discount. Because we were going to have my boyfiends kids I chose the king room. Check in was easy and the girl was friendly, however, I did not receive a discount. No biggie,we had driven from Washington & still had lots to do. Our room had a weird smell, but still no biggie. We left & came back around 10pm, we had four kids with us so of course I had to ask for extra bedding. I asked the night clerk for extra bedding, & at first she did not want to provide me with the extra bedding. I had to tell her that first the hotel did not have the room I originally booked, I did not receive a discount as stated in the text & now she was telling me that I could not have bedding to accomodate the extra little people. She then went on to let me know that the couch had a folding bed, and once again I had to ask for bedding. Finally she said she would have someone bring sheets. So yes the kids had sheets & we had no extra pillows. Outside of that and not having hot water for our shower the stay was much better than the quality inn across the street. However, for $143 for a night I shouldn't have to debate about bedding. The breakfast was not too bad considering covid, & the morning front desk clerk was very accommodating.

Room was clean an comfortable but noisy, I was next to the mechanical room for the elevator so that was a bummer. Every time any one use either of the elevators I could hear it. Other than that the room was very quiet.

I regularly stay at this hotel and always find it clean and inviting. With Covid-19 they have insured guest safety to the highest levels. Excellent customer service with a personal touch for their regulars.

We usually stay at Best Western or Holiday Inn. This is the best Best Western we have been to so far which was relieving since we had just drove down from Yosemite Valley. Rest was great, beers were fresh and cold but a bit pricey, but I didn't care I was so tired I didn't want to leave or stop anywhere on the way. They also let us check in early which we were so grateful for. If you're tired and coming down from Yosemite and all you want to do is shower and get rest at a clean no hassle hotel at a budget price, this is the spot for sure! This will definitely be out hotel anytime we drive by Fresno.

We needed two rooms for family and they made it happen. Rooms, staff and atmosphere was great.They didn't make me feel like a possible criminal when wanting to book rooms for someone else other then for myself. Other hotels in the past have done just that but this best western. Perfect stay

I was so glad I booked this motel near the airport for our last night's lodging during our vacation in CA. The front desk service was amazing. The gentleman who checked us in went above and beyond to help us with shuttle service. Price was perfect and motel was comfortable and clean.

What a horrible experience! We checked in pretty late at night (around 10:30), and there was a pretty long line for check-in. When we finally got to our room, we immediately noticed a horrible horrible smell. It felt as if someone just sprayed a whole can of pesticides inside the room. My initial reaction was to go back and ask for a different room, but I remembered the long line for check-in, and it was very late, our kids were super tired, so I thought perhaps the A/C that was running would clear the air soon. At 1:30 AM I gave up. The smell was unbearable and the A/C did nothing to make it better. My nostrils were burning and I felt I'm suffocating. I went to the front desk and asked for a new room. The lady there said that they sprayed the bushes outside earlier so perhaps we can smell it being on the ground floor. I went to check out a room on the 2nd floor to see if it smelled, there was still some smell but much better. I told her fine, we'll take the room on the 2nd floor. She said we have to clear our stuff from our current room. The time was already 2 AM and we had lots and lots of stuff. I asked her if we can leave our stuff there and pick up in the morning, we just want to sleep. She said if we clear our stuff before 8 AM she'll charge us "only" $80 for that room, if we take out our stuff after 8 AM it would be the full rate (about $120 I believe). She even went to a back room for about 10 minutes and when she came back she said she called the manager and that's what the manager said. Yeah, right, you called her at 2 AM for this... Oh, that lady also accompanied me to the room we had so she could smell what was so horrible, and she told me she smells "fresh air filled with oxygen". The minute she said that I thought I knew what was wrong - the room was probably treated with Ozone (which is 3 molecules of oxygen). OK, at 2:30 AM we finally got the new key, we left our stuff in the 1st room and went to sleep in a second room on the 2nd floor, while paying for the 2 rooms for that night. Shame on her! In the morning I called the front desk. Luckily, a different lady answered, heard the story, and immediately said we would not be charged for a second room just because we left our stuff in there and she was very surprised why the lady I spoke with at night told me otherwise. She told us to take our time and clear our stuff when we're ready. We canceled our 2nd night there, we decided to cancel our whole trip and just drive back home as we had very little sleep and felt horrible. I had to ask that lady - do you treat the rooms with ozone as a disinfectant. She confirmed. Ozone is a very dangerous gas, even deadly, that has a horrible smell. A room that has been treated with ozone has to be aired well before people/animals/plants are allowed in. I suspect the room we stayed in was not aired properly. I feel disappointed with the inconsiderate way the lady in charge at night treated us, I have never experienced such poor customer service. The lady in the morning was much nicer and way more reasonable. I still cannot believe they felt it was ok to let people inside that room, a room that reeked of either pesticides or ozone, both dangerous to our health. We ended up wasting so much time and money for nothing - paying for a 1 night stay at the hotel, paying for gas for the trip, and buying online entry to Kings canyon.

This Best Western is one of the few hotels in the area who have an EV Charging Stations available what made my choice to stay. The rooms are clean and looks pretty new, downside during Covid time is that the amenities like breakfast and bistro bar where not available. EV drivers, you need to have a Chargepoint card and be aware that the hotel charge you $ 4.00 an hour after 11.30pm at night what was a big No No for me and that's why they didn't finish on the top.

We stayed here for one night due to flight arriving late. The lady who checked us in was very pleasant. We were told due to covid19 no housekeeping services or breakfast but we expected that so no problem. When we left the next morning we got a grab and go and were on our way south to our destination

I told the front desk that I was from out of town and I was charged 100.00 deposit. And my license had my address on it . But because I'm remodeling my house I gave him my daughters address in town and he still charged me the deposit

Room, lobby, etc. all clean, pleasant; staff pleasant and helpful! We had just stayed at another Fresno hotel where the toilet didn't flush, TV didn't work, AC / heat didn't work so it was wonderful to have a stellar experience!!

Ricky at check in was great. Took the time to explain everything. Great room. Really comfy bed, good towels and amenities in bathroom. Very large room with a very large tv with lots of channels. Looking forward to dinner tonight at the bar restaurant. Great place for dinner right in hotel so no worries about finding a good place to eat. Wonderful breakfast in the morning will be served at 6am. Noy the manager is fantastic.

We stayed 4 nights in mid-February for a conference downtown. Very easy parking and comfortable rooms. We enjoyed having starbucks, little caesars and quiznos literally right next door (in the same parking lot). Also just across a major street from the airport but quiet. The lobby and breakfast area are nice. There is an evening bar area with a limited selection of hot (pre-made) food and freshly made sandwiches and salads available. Fruit is available all day. This was a real plus. Breakfast was standard for a BW. Good quality and good selection. I have stayed at other BW with larger selection though. The rooms are fine. Beds are good but everything seemed a little dated and could use some TLC. Our toilet had trouble refilling, the AC/heater was super loud when it came on and off, fan didn't work in the bathroom. Also, I don't recommend the sleeper sofa for sleeping. We enjoyed the larger room with a king separate from the living room. I booked this type of room to work from the hotel in the living area. But as hotels were nearly sold out for the conference, a friend stayed with me and used the sleeper sofa. It was not comfortable. Looking back, we should have requested a rollaway for a better sleep. Excellent staff and good service.

Spacious rooms, super comfortable beds, and great amenities like mini fridge and MW in room! The staff was super helpful and friendly. Yuuuuge variety of breakfast choices. I would definitely stay here again.

The one thing we really needed at this hotel was to get a good rest. While the plane noise was somewhat annoying, what really did it was the other guests yelling various things including "I'm so drunk" in the hall in the middle of the night. My wife called reception to ask them to address this, but they seemed annoyed to be bothered about it and didn't offer a response or even an apology.

It was clean and well kept. I had a suite, which was large and comfortable. The 'couch' was low slung in the middle making it difficult to sit on. I missed housekeeping one day and the next day they did not vacuum. (i was there for a 5 night stay). The front desk attendants were kind and friendly, the person taking care of the breakfast bar was not a 'people person', at a time when I have not had my coffee that is a bad mix. I noticed that many flight attendants and pilots were staying there, which made me feel better. It is very close to the airport, though the area is not very good. The nearby Quiznos was quite unsavory and I was panhandled in the parking lot as well as the gas station across the street.

I stay at this hotel because the pool and hot tub are always open and the fitness center is clean and well thought out. The staff are always willing to help if needed and you will always be greeted with a smile as you approach the front desk.

From the time my wife and I arrived, we were greeted as though we were friends they have not seen in a while! Sarita at the front desk was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Mario at the bar was very friendly and promptly checked back on how we liked our drinks. Even Tiffany, the shuttle driver was friendly, at 4:40 in the morning! The rooms were very clean and comfortable and we will definitely stay there again on our next trip to see our son that is stationed at NAS Lemoore.

Easy check-in, clean and spacious room. Air conditioner was noisy, though. Breakfast was included and had quite an assortment of hot and cold items. Surprisingly good and nice. Bed was reasonably comfortable, not as nice as mine at home.

I checked in and the service was very good. The room was very nice and has everything you need. The fitness center was very good and even had a fan and you can turn the temperature down. The breakfast was even better, eggs, bacon, grated cheese. This was a great hotel.

AmberJoy helped us locate the best in-house food and drink options, after which we retired to a nice room and a great sleep. The king suite at this location exceeded my expectations. It was large, spacious, and everything was perfect other than the lady at the front desk Saturday morning (one was in sweats and the other was not the most pleasant person — I understand they had a busy weekend with the WBA Championships going on, that also has zero to do with me when your job is customer service. She's the reason I'm giving the property four stars instead of five for customer service.) Amber Joy is the lady who checked me in Friday night and she was delightful. I called ahead because a 2.5 hour drive ended up taking 5hrs and she was reassuring that my room would be waiting as reserved.

The check in staff seemed distacted and not very helpful... The carpet in the room was not well maintained and it was fraid and pulled from the door jam to the bathroom... The water temp was tepid at best and the water didn't drain from the tub. We were very impressed with the breakfast and the rest of the facility. I used all my points to get this room and felt cheated at the end.

We spent one night at this Best Western before a 6AM flight from FAT. There are many positives to this property: • 3PM check in (vs. the standard 4PM at many properties • Flexible & quick shuttle service • Limited dining options but Quiznos, Starbucks and Little Caesars are located next door—we ordered a pizza via the Little Caesars website and 15 minutes later it was ready. We sat at a picnic table outside the hotel and enjoyed dinner. • Water, Juice, coffee available in lobby • There is a small bar open in the evening with reasonably priced drinks • Clean room but beginning to show some signs of age • Friendly, helpful staff If we travel through Fresno again we would stay here again.

WE are usually pleased when we stay at a Best Western and this was no exception. Nice staff at front counter, comfortable clean room, great morning breakfast, and very convenient for our early morning flight.

First, the location was excellent after a long, late night flight. Next, the reception desk was professional and courteous. To our pleasant surprise we were automatically upgraded to king suites, due to something with the regular rooms. The room was clean, and comfortable with all necessary amenities. Sleep quality was good, no noisy AC unit. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and varied choices. The eggs were actually tasty, hard to find in complimentary breakfasts. Our stay was brief, one short night, but couldn't ask for more.

We were very pleased with the location and the professionalism of the staff. The front desk clerk Gatsulin went out of her way to assist us on seveal different occasions. She also called us by name when we returned after making a second reservation to stay there. This says a lot for your employee as I'm sure she sees several customers a day. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and felt everything we handled with care and pride.

Sarita was able to make our accommodations at the Best Western top notch. From booking our room to keeping are luggage for a week for us while we visited Yosemite. Best Western offered everything we needed from laundry facilities, internet access, dinners, incredible breakfasts to the best room with had during our entire stay at Yosemite. Combine an incredible employee Sarita that goes out of her way to provide the best service with your accommodations we give you a 5 star rating. Jake and Marilyn Thompson

clean hotel, friendly staff, near airport. Not walkable to restaurants, but a better part of town than the more commercial areas (willing to take that trade-off). Nearby streets easy to navigate, many lanes. My room was on the side facing the same street as hotel lobby, no noise. However, my coworker's room was on the other side and at a corner that faced the cross street and she heard traffic etc. at night.

Got into Fresno after midnight due to airline delays. Shuttle picked us up within 5 minutes and the lady driving couldn't have been nicer. Room was held and waiting for us. Young man at the desk was friendly and helpful. They had some cold adult beverages for purchase, even though it was late, to help us unwind from the flights. Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was enough to hit the spot prior to starting the day. I'd definitely stay here again the next time we're traveling through Fresno area.

I travel for business frequently, and with airport hotels I find you are either paying through the nose for the convenience or settling for a sub-par property. Good mid-range hotels are almost never "on the airprot." This BW property in Fresno bucks that trend, though! Th price is right for any traveler's needs, the amenities rank with pricier properties, and the staff is excellent! I will offer that the decor is a bit dated, but if that is what is important to you, you're probably not staying at Best Western's. The airport shuttle is extremely convenient! They offer departures every 10 minutes... leading to my only real complaint that I could have slept in 30 minutes more before my 6 AM departure, ha ha!

First of all. water during shower got ice cold and than hot randomly. I was kind of shocked when during getting warm and relaxing shower water suddenly dot ice cold. Plus, my room had a worn out chair and uncomfortable pillows. Did not sleep well. Even more, pool and hot tab were out of service

Beautiful, clean and comfortable. Starbucks in the parking lot a HUGE plus! Super nice modern design. Only problem I had here was we were running late for breakfast, I travel with my Mom who sometimes doesn't get going so fast, and we didn't get to the breakfast room till 8:45 and the eggs were gone. Now that can happen, its fifteen minutes till end of breakfast, which is kinda early to stop breakfast,. but still Ok that's the time. but when the woman tending the breakfast came out to check, and Mom told her the eggs are gone, she shrugged her shoulders and DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT US. Now,...... the food can go quick, i understand that. and its a quarter till,. I understand that too. but a customer is addressing you! Look at me like a human being! TERRIBLE customer service!. I left steaming, but we went to Wacdonalds and got breakfast there and moved on. I wouldn't hesitate to return to stay here again, but It was sad to me cause this Hotel NAILED everything else!

Specifically chose this hotel after looking closely at trip advisor reviews since it was Rated #1 in Fresno. Not sure why it was rated as #1. The hallways had visible crumbs or particles that hadn't been vacuumed. Standard hotel breakfast. Pool area had used bandaids by the pool. Had to go to neighboring next door hotel (Fairfield inn and suites-which seemed much newer and modern) in order to print boarding passes as the internet wasn't working in the business center. When taking a shower, water quickly backed up in the tub drain and filled the tub, which is always gross. Close to airport but a bit overpriced for what it is.

Great hotel to stayed in. This is by far the best Best Western I have ever stayed in. Great location so close to Fresno airport. There is Quizno', Starbucks and Little Caesar pizza next to hotel vert convenient.

They make me feel welcomed and go out of their way to help me. The bed is comfortable, the room is nice, Breakfast is outstanding. I love the way Sandra makes the scrambled eggs with lots of cheese and onions. I love their croisants, and bread variety, waffles, corn beef and bacon, oatmeal or whatever. I usually enjoy the business center, but this time printer was not working.

This was a nice clean place with pleasant staff and great breakfast. The breakfast rotated hot items each day, so it didn't get boring. Housekeeping was friendly, and super quiet. Room was spacious and comfy.

My boyfriend and I took a mini vacation to visit his family and celebrate our anniversary. We both work in the hospitality industry so we can understand perspectives from both the employee and the guest. I had called last minute (the night before) to mention that we celebrating our anniversary not expecting a whole lot since we had booked a pretty standard room. They put us on a great room on the upper level and left a card and some snacks in our room. It was a wonderful surprise to walk into Amber Joy, the gal that checked us in had amazing customer service and greeted us with a smile. It was a great first impression to walk into. 10/10. Will stay again when we visit Fresno.

A well maintained lodging , a big variety for breakfast, great staff, comfortable mattress and fluffy pillows. The grounds were well manicured and maintained. The staff were friendly and interacted postively with the guest. There is a shuttle for pickup to and return to the airport free of charge. A few eateries within walking distance from the hotel.

The room was clean, and the hotel featured a good breakfast. The best part of this hotel was the friendly staff. This hotel is conveniently located near the Fresno airport, and it offers shuttle service.

My only complaint is the rooms are small and it says they have queen beds but they felt like full size. Other than that everything us beautiful and the staff is amazing, overall my only complaint was the room and bed size

There was internal construction upgrades and so much noise going on during our stay and the staff did not notify us of this. Had we known ahead of time we would have asked for a room away from all that. Even more rude was the noise the staff made for hours when accessing the supply closet next to our room. Again for hours. they staff at the front desk could have handled all that in a better way. Other than that the place was nice.

My husband and I stayed in the King suite at this Best Western near the Fresno Airport. The location of this hotel is in a perfect location, just across the street from the Fresno Airport and only a few hours away from San Francisco, the mountains or the ocean and there is a Starbucks, Quizno's and a Little Ceasars next door. The room was large but the furniture was well worn and so was the towels, they were fraying on the edges. The bed was large and stiff/hard not as soft as the beds next door at the Fairfield by Marriott, but I think my back liked the firmer bed as I didn't wake up with lower back pain. The office chair was very worn and the desk was very unstable. The couch was difficult to sit in and was worn as well. The room was clean, and the cleaning staff were nice and helpful. The staff at check in and check out were also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok, it had the usual, waffle maker for waffles, assorted cereals, eggs, and some choice of meat, coffee and orange juice. We only stayed here the one night. If I had to stay in this area again, and since we have stayed at both the Best Western and the Fairfield, I would choose the Fairfield over the Best Western.

I was on the top floor (4) overlooking the pool. I could hear kids playing in the pool even with the air conditioner on, so that tells you something about noise. The room itself was fine, large, mini-fridge, no freezer compartment, coffee, etc, I like the scent for the soaps and lotion. HOWEVER. The bed was hard, like an 8 out of 10 a 10 being a plank of wood. I did not sleep well any of the three nights and woke up feeling like I'd been in a fight. The pillows are a little bit bigger than a hard-backed book. I couldn't understand it. They are essentially head-sized so every time you rolled over or moved in any way, you had to adjust the pillow. They are perfectly square, not the standard rectangle. I hated them so much I thought about changing hotels for the last night. But my real issue, the EV charging. Obviously, only EV drivers will care, but the charging is EXPENSIVE. It's chargepoint, so you have to have an account, but the rates are set by the hotel. They are $2/hour for the first 4 hours and $4/hour thereafter. At their charging speeds, I would be paying $8 for 100 miles of charge for the first 4 hours and $16 per 100 miles thereafter. Insane! I usually pay, AT MOST, $0.50 per hour for this speed. However, when I checked in I was told that was just for random drivers, guests could charge free. Awesome! Then he told me to use my room key card to start the charger. I knew that wasn't going to work and it did not. Then the GM said there was a code, but we couldn't figure out how to put the code in. Then they said I had to use my chargepoint account, but I wouldn't be charged. Surprise surprise, I was! When I complained, the hotel had the charges refunded to my account but told me the last two people INCLUDING THE GM were wrong and there was no free charging. If they had just said that from the beginning they could have saved me like TWO HOURS. (Also, I would not have stayed there to begin with.) I will not stay there again. The only redeeming features are the pool/hot tub/bbq grill outside, and the bar inside. Good, although very busy bartender.

We stayed here the night before our early morning flight. Hotel and our room was clean, modern and has nice amenities. The hotel shuttle was prompt and picked us and took us to the airport. I'd stay here again.

Awesome staff and Hotel. We flew into Fresno/ Yosemite Airport not knowing what we were dealing with as it was our firat visit. We called the hotel for a shuttle and was told it would be 30 - 45 minutes wait. We were ok with that after driving from Yosemite. Not 2 minutes later, the Front Desk Person called us and told us to jump in a Taxi and the hotel would cover it instead of making us wait. Very thoughtful and very good business. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had reservations at a different Best Western for a day later but we had bad weather in Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks so we arrived a day earlier. Our original hotel was full but Melissa at the front desk called Best Western by the airport and secured us a King Room. The bed was comfortable, very nice clean room and bathroom. The breakfast had plenty of options. We enjoyed our stay!

If your here for one night or several nights, this is the place to be. Not so busy location. Plus Starbucks is open late. Good restaurants are only about 10-15 min away. Safe area. Other hotel properties are also on same lot.

The hotel is close to restaurants, had a gym and nice pool/hot tub. It is walking distance to the airport as well. Highly recommended. I didn't try the breakfast but it is offered if you need that for your stay.

First of the management did work with us and we came to an agreement that made us happy, but it had issues. The tub wouldn't drain after my son took a bath. The room AC sounded like a plane was taking off every time it kicked on. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower, and there weren't any pillows in the room to use with pull out sofa bed. Overall the room looked ok when we first got there, but there were a lot of issues that shouldn't have happened in the first place. 2 out of 5 Stars.

I'll start off by saying I really like staying at this hotel. Ive been staying here for several months while working locally and the hotel staff has always been extremely pleasant. This evening when I checked in, Gatsulin helped me and made me feel so welcome. Thank you for your upbeat personality. I have and will continue to refer this hotel to anyone who needs a hotel room while in the Fresno area.

This hotel is four stories with a elevator very clean with nice decor the only reason we did not give it a 5 star at least for us the bed was really stiff. But the hotel itself is a 5 star spacious rooms big clean bathroom wiyh plenty of hot Water the breakfast was good eggs bacon waffles with lots of other options

I stay at this hotel 25-30 times per year and find the service to always be professional, polite, and consistent. The efficiency of check in and out is quick. I find the rooms to always be cleaned to the highest standard, the internet is sufficient, and the breakfast more than adequate. It's always nice to be recognized by your name!

This hotel is close to the airport and have compliments shuttle service to the airport. The breakfast is great. My kids enjoyed the waffles. The pool was also very nice. We had the pool all to ourselves.

I went with my girls to a dance workshop for 3 days. This is the 3rd year we stay at this hotel. Very one is very friendly and accommodating. Full hot breakfast is served, we were up really early so it was perfect not to busy. Breakfast hours from 6-9:30, came back later in the afternoon and was able to grill some hotdogs for by girls poolside. Left very early 4am and light breakfast snacks were out for my girls. Definitely coming back next year!

Great location, great room, very clean, super friendly staff, good breakfast and a free shuttle to the airport. We fly out of FAT several times a year and always use the Park & Fly option. It's very easy!

Spent one night after 5 days at Yosemite and 6 a.m. flight out of FAT. Great service from check in thru short shuttle ride to airport. I am not a frequent user of BW properties, but would return without hesitation. Breakfast not scheduled til 6 a.m. but most of it was set by 430. We had one br suite...very nice.

This BW is conveniently located close to the Fresno Airport and has easy access to Hwy 180 for traveling in the area. Finding the entrance to the hotel can be tricky as it is not clearly marked. Parking is limited and the lot is often filled late at night. This hotel is used by many airline crews. Hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport and to one of the local shopping malls. Free Wifi worked very well. BW breakfast is always a bargain. The beds were ok but a little on the hard side. We did have issues with the heater in our room. The staff quickly resolved the issue by moving us to a different room. The staff was always helpful and courteous.

Very nice hotel, clean, great room. Had fruit and coffee out most of the day very nice extra. Good breakfast had a make your own omelet option. I am lazy and would have like one pre-made and hot. Easy to find by the airport. The rooms were very quiet. Not many restaurants nearby.

Traci and Sarita are two of the nicest people and always make me feel welcome. Sandra makes amazing breakfasts too! Slept great, and got a lot done at the business center. I suggest choosing a room on the north east side of the hotel 3rd or 4th floor for best night's sleep.

Excellent service, made reservation by phone directly with hotel, the women at the desk could not have been more helpful and pleasant. On arrival the same lady remembered our conversation and greeted me by name. I don't remember her name but just that personal touch was lovely. Our room was perfect, the hotel was immaculate. Our son and daughter in law got the room next to us and were pleased too. Would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay for a park and fly by the airport with hotel shuttle. Lobby and rooms are nice enough if you like 70's decor. For the night it was fine and breakfast was very decent. For the price, I would stay here again.

Touring Best Westerns for work for the last 6 months. The hotel itself is very nice. Unfortunately this hotel has incredibly rude night staff. And house keeping will barge in your room at 8am. Expected a lot more based on reviews & price.

Although this hotel is near the Fresno Airport, it is amazingly quiet. It is clean; breakfast is served with a lot of selections, a microwave would be handy; they have a fitness room--which I will use next visit! Very pleasant lobby area.

Beds were comfortable, room and bath room very clean. Close to airport, small bar in hotel. Breakfast had fresh fruit, both scrambled and hard boiled eggs, bacon, several different types of breads and muffins and was quite tasty, with the dining area cleaned frequently. Totally enjoyed our stay.

Very nice accomodations very close to the airport. New lobby and rooms were very comfortable and clean. Check in staff asked what floor I would prefer and whether I wanted to be closer or farther from the elevator which was thoughtful.

I don't typically work in the Fresno area and have never used the Fresno airport but I liked this hotel. It is very quiet, which is my main concern and as I have trouble with my back, I like to soak in a hot tub and this hotel has a particularly nice one. It is outside and it was a bit cool out but it is California so it isn't likely to be very cool even in the winter.

Was in town for one night and I was pleasantly surprised of the condition of the Hotel. It was clean and the staff was super. The shuttle is an added bonus. They set up a little lounge where you can grab some light fare and adult beverages. No complaints---- I will be back.

This is my third time staying at this BW and each stay has been excellent. The location of the BW is great for access to the airport, freeways and downtown Clovis. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and ready to assist in any way possible. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Breakfast is fresh and items are replenished quickly.

So amazing about this place is not just that it is quiet even though it's across the street from the airport, but the staff here really make you feel special. I wanted to thank in particular, Kim Bradley, who tracked down a missing package that had arrived for me and Robert for being so helpful with that. Also Richard and Tracy were really in top if it too. Just feel really taken care of.

Super impressed with front desk care given, as well shuttle drivers. This place goes above & beyond in customer service. Everyone very friendly & professional at the same time. Clean & comfortable rooms, great free breakfast. Minutes away from the airport with free shuttle service, but also took us to dinner at nearby mall. Acknowledged that a member of frequent guest club, we were upgraded to a suite which was quite nice. Helpful with a later checkout & allowed time at the pool after checkout as we had a later flight. Highly recommend a stay here.

Very convenient location near Fresno airport. Nextdoor is Starbucks & Quiznos. Accessible room had features we wanted (roll-in shower, ample electrical outlets, frig, coffee maker & hot breakfast). Staff is very customer service oriented. They even had the oxygen machine already in our room when we arrived. Noticed that pool & jacuzzi also had chair lifts to aid people into water. Also had a small bar in the lobby.

Everything was great till I pulled the sheets back. I noticed the sheets had the mattress pattern on them (when you get up in the morning, look at your sheets, you'll see the pattern of the mattress imprinted on the bed sheet from your body pressing the sheets down on the mattress all night. To compare, look at your sheets at home when you make your bed with fresh sheets, you won't see the mattress lines/pattern embedded on the sheets). I then put my glasses on for a closer inspection and found may hairs and what appeared to be dried skin. I called the front desk who sent someone to change them. Felt creepy sleeping in that bed that night. Will not come back to this location.

This hotel was close to the airport with a hotel shuttle that will take you anywhere within a four mile radius. Staff was helpful and pleasant.Room was nice but they do use that smelly stuff. They did their best to keep it out but I could open the window. The breakfast was standard albeit upscale fare. The last Best Western Plus we stayed at had cheese omlets. We were greeted with cold lemon water. I would definately stay here again.

Great hotel if you have business south of the airport . People at the hotel are more than friendly , has a small bar and free breakfast to get you going in the morning . It's worth the few extra dollars that the other older nearby properties are charging

From our check-in to our departure, this was a great experience for us. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was well appointed and comfortable, the breakfast was tasty and is broad enough to fit any eating style or diet. We stayed on the top floor and were very pleased to find that the window was operable as we always sleep better with fresh air as opposed to air conditioning. Whenever we need to be in the Fresno/Clovis area, this will be our place to stay.

I love the staff and how they welcome me and my dad . The Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable . Check in and check out was fast . House keeping was excellent . This Best Western was excellent .

Stayed here prior to our Reservation in Yosemite, which is just a short distance from here. It was a clean and nice Hotel, with very friendly staff. Our room was spacious and quiet. The grounds were well taken care of.

Overall the stay was okay check in was great so was there staff & rooms it just wansnt as great upon the check out .during breakfast to what I was told ended at 10 but at 9:40 the breakfast attendant and a front desk staff (traci) started removing all the items.it seemed as they were bothered by there guest still graving breakfast .upon check out same front desk staff was vacuuming while there was lots of people trying to check out.maybe this person could use more training customer service wise.

The hotel was convenient to the airport and provided an early morning shuttle to the airiport. Room was clean. I was only there for a few hours and did not make use of any of the ammenities offered beyond the shuttle.

Did not realize how close to the airport hotel was. Room was clean & quiet, sometimes locations close to an airport can be questionable. Staff was super nice, had a bar in the lobby to get a drink or food if you did not want to leave the property. Left before breakfast was served so I can not comment on that, but they had fruit & granola bars to take when we checked out.

After making reservation online, call the hotel directly to make sure they have your reservations. We did not have a chance to use the hotel, since they said that the hotel was fully booked, thus refusing to provide a room.

Very nice greeting at this well maintained property. The room was fine although the pillows are small. Room was clean, mattress firm. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I will return! Also they provide free breakfast and there was a nice bar to gather in the evening.

AC was very noisy. Didn't notice it until we were in bed and then there was a vibration noice. Even noice coming from bathroom vent. Wife had to use ear plugs. It was too late to request another room.

This was a nice hotel and 5 minutes from Airport. The shuttle was on time too. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and the restaurant was not open. There was room service we could have ordered but not a sit down eating place. The rooms were very nicely done and Clean. When we checked in the ladies at the desk were great.

Everything in hotel was great except for the sink in my room but no hot water coming out of sync out of the shower but not out of sync. The hotel seem to be brand new the staff was great the bar was great football game watched on big screen cleaning this in the hotel was asked was excellent, overall experience it was great

This was the perfect hotel to stay at before and after going to Yosemite. Great proximity to the airport, very quiet, wonderful customer service. Laundry, breakfast, pool and lobby bar on Friday night all very convenient. Plus right next to Starbucks and Little Caesers pizza. Would highly recommend to anyone trying to figure out where to stay near the airport.

This hotel is very nice for the price. They upgraded our room, without charge, so that was even nicer! This hotel is right across from the airport (but no flights at night to hear). They have a shuttle that will take you to the terminal within 5 minutes. Very convenient! Everything seem new at this place. The free breakfast is nice too. They even have food (not eggs) at 4:30 am, so early flights are not a problem.

I stay here frequently when I take a 6am flight out of FAT. The shuttle to the airport is very convenient. This last stay in an early morning stupor I left my cell phone on the shuttle. I was at the airport with no phone, no idea what the hotel's phone number was, and no change for a pay phone-assuming I could find one. The driver found the phone and dropped it at the front desk. A few minutes later I was able to flag her down at the airport curb. She immediately went back to the hotel, picked up my phone, and brought it to me at the curb. It was incredibly helpful.

I stayed with my family for a night and had a great experience. I booked a double queen online but at the front desk it was coming up as a single king, that was my only issue. The front desk fixed the issue right away and was really nice as well. Breakfast as well as the room were great.

Great stay - after living in the woods for a week fighting a forest fire with no heat/air, running water, etc, this was true luxury. Even if I was only on vacation or a business trip though, this would be a great stop. Room was spotless and comfortable facilities modern and nice, breakfast good. Shower provided adequate water (few hotels can claim that), and the biscuits at breakfast WEREN'T bricks like most motels, but soft and moist. Also very close to the airport - you could pretty much walk to the terminal if you don't have much luggage.

Flew into Fresno to visit Yosemite. After a great week in the park we needed a place to stay for a night before flying back to Washington. This hotel was perfect. Directly across the street from the airport, very convenient. The staff was very friendly, the room great size and up to date, well-kept hotel and clean, the pool was great. A perfect way to end our vacation.

We were staying just one night on a road trip, the room and the bathroom were clean, deco nice. Breakfast was OK, with fresh fruits! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay longer here. I do recommend this hotel.

We booked this room on very short notice while on a California road trip. We were only staying for one night, so we weren't looking for much more than a comfortable bed and perhaps a breakfast. My husband and I travel extensively. I am a Best Western rewards member, so we try to stay in Best Westerns whenever we can. This hotel was by far the best place we stayed during our recent 13-day, 12- night trek through Oregon and California. Richard, the check-in staff member, was very friendly and helpful, even let us select the location of our room. We arrived late and were hungry. He informed us that the bartender could fix a light meal for us. RJ, the bartender prepared a large, delicious chef salad for me and a very good Panini for my husband. The bed was very comfortable as were the quality linens. The room was surprisingly quiet for being an airport hotel. The breakfast was quite nice with plenty of good food options. The beautiful pool complex was a nice surprise - much more than what one usually encounters at an airport hotel. This hotel is a great place to stay in Fresno, even if you aren't in need of airport services. Well done, Best Western Plus Fresno staff!

I'm rating this higher than I think due to the fact they can't control the fact that there is construction nearby of a new hotel which probably will be finished at the end of August. Our room in 233 had a noisy A/C unit that does need repaired, but otherwise, it was a good stay. Wonderful breakfast and an bit firm mattress. Everyone was kind.

We wanted to get a hotel in Fresno that was as close as possible to Sanger. It had good reviews, so I chose to stay here. I had expected it might be noisy, since it is right next to the airport. I requested a floor and a quiet area. Upon our arrival, I was met by a wonderful staff member. Since I had no idea which side of the hotel would be the most quiet. She asked me what I was looking for. Then, she choose a room for us. It was all uphill from there. The room was great. The bed was very comfortable. Everything exceeded our expectations. It was very quiet both nights so we slept great. The breakfast, also, was very good. The pool was clean, warm, and they had seating in the shade. We would definitely stay here again.

I stay here frequently for business, and time and again, I am impressed by the professionalism and friendliness and desire to help of the staff here. On this recent trip, I wanted to particularly note how helpful Traci at the front desk was. I asked her for a series of invoices broken up by complicated dates for my billing purposes; I assumed I would have to come back hours later. She had it done in ten minutes and brought it to me. That's the way to make people keep coming back. Thank you.

We were here only briefly the night before an early flight. I was so impressed with all the staff--the three front desk staff and the two drivers. Everyone was so friendly and genuinely helpful. We were so tired, and that just made everything so much easier and less stressful. The room was clean, and we were recommended a great pizza place that delivered right to our room door. The pool and lobby looked inviting, although we didn't spend any time at either. I appreciated the small store at the front to buy little things you might have forgotten. All hotels should do that. Also, it's right across the street from the airport. I would absolutely stay here again.

I came to Fresno to visit family but could not stay with them because they have dogs and I'm terribly allergic. That already put a little bit of a damper on my spirit and to top it off when I got to the hotel my reservation was no where to be found. It turns out that instead of booking here I booked at the Best Western Village Inn [totally my fault]. I thought I was going to have to leave and find my way over there, but Meiko managed to call and get my reservation cancelled without getting charged and booked a room for me for a week with a discount! Needless to say this made my day and I had a wonderful trip. I could write a book about all the amazing people at this hotel who made my stay more comfortable than I could have imagined, but Ill just shout them out instead. Sandra - for an amazing breakfast every day! Kim, Richard, Robert, Tracy, Tati, Kristen, the wonderful cleaning ladies, and everyone else who I didn't mention (sorry I don't know all the names). I will definitely be back every time I come to Fresno from now on. (Since I'm sure my family won't be dog-less ever) Thank you!!!

Let me just say that upon arrival we were quite impressed with the hotel and then everything went downhill from there. Upon entering our room, everything was not as it first seemed. First, there was something smeared on the wall in bathroom and mold on the old popcorn ceiling. Second, the air conditioning unit was the worst—making so much noise it was hard to sleep at night. Lastly and by far the WORST—cockroaches everywhere! It started by opening the fridge to put some water in it and being greeted by a roach lying belly up. Thereafter it was roaches everywhere. The brazen little things, they were crawling on the desk as we were sitting at it, climbing in the bathroom, etc. We couldn't stand it anymore and chose to leave the hotel early. Never again.

We had a nice stay at the Fresno Best Western. Facilities are clean. We used pool and the work out room and enjoyed both. Breakfast was good too. Appreciated the high chair and pack and play in the room! Thank you!! Neighborhood looked sketchy but no issues!

Wasn't expecting a great experience. Boy was I surprised! Had a wonderful stay. The staff was exceptional, making sure all my needs were met, especially Traci. She was FANTASTIC! It was very quiet considering all the softball players that were staying at the hotel. If ever in Fresno, I'd stay here again. The room was clean, the bed was soft, and the A/C was functional! Unfortunately, the refrigerator was not functional. The ice machine, located in the hall, barely had enough ice to fill the ice bucket. Had to go down a floor to get ice.

Nice place to stay. Especially liked the pool and hot tub. Wish there was a restaurant on the premises, but there are some in the vicinity, and the staff was VERY helpful in enabling me to get to the one I wanted. They had their shuttle drive me there and back (I didn't have a car).

This was an overnight stay traveling through California,we arrived early,our rooms weren't ready so we were offered 2x with 2 king sized beds,beautiful clean rooms,there is coffee making facilities in room or in reception coffee available all day free, breakfast was very good offering a wide assortment of items,it does get busy so be prepared for a wait for toast or even a table.i would visit again for a overnight stay but not longer,that's more to do with the area than the hotel.

We stayed here for a night before catching a early flight home the next morning. The hotel was clean and well run and we were the only ones on a 4:40 am shuttle. The only problem was a long line at check-in, but they were friendly and helpful when we got to the front of the line.

I stay at this hotel 3-4 times per month. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and usually great me by name when I walk in. It is always clean and the free wifi is reliable. The breakfast is consistently good with a nice variety items.

We have stayed at Best Western Plus Fresno Airport Hotel many times. It is convenient to the Fresno airport with great shuttle service.. Rooms clean & comfortable, with refrig & microwave. We prefer the top floor and there are 2 roomy elevators. Staff members have always been courteous , Breakfast is very good for a hotel breakfast.

We had way too many flight screw-ups flying from the east coast and arrived too late to make the stay at the hotel we originally booked. When we arrived, we were tired and grumpy but the staff made us feel much better. Didn't have the energy to pay too much attention to the accommodations but it didn't take long to fall asleep. The room was quiet and comfortable and we were looking forward to our next stay when he had to get close to the airport again.

We stayed one night at the beginning and one at the end of our Yosemite vacation. Reviews sold me on this location and I feel the hotel was even better than reported. Shuttle was quick! Ray, the shuttle driver, was awesome. He also told us about the complementary dinner and shopping shuttle. Built in Uber! Breakfast is very good and plentiful. Room 403 is a suite at an excellent price. Quiet, no neighbor noise, and clean! So pleased.

Friendly caring staff, delicious breakfast. Enjoyed my time there.There is plenty of parking. Shares a lot with Quiznos and Little Caesar's Pizza. Minibar at the front desk in case you forgot anything. Pillows leave something to be desired though.

We were in town for a one night stay for a graduation at Fresno State. Lots of closer hotels were booked, so we stayed here as my wife and girls were here before. This is a nice play to stay, close to the airport and not too far from anything else in Fresno. It's well kept, rooms were very clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good and internet was good too!

This is a clean, newer (about 3 years old) facility. The breakfast was well stocked and contained all of the usual offerings. The hotel is very close to the airport but we did not hear any loud airplane noise. It took us less than 5 minutes to drive to the airport and another 5 minutes to drop off our car. The hotel does have a shuttle. Great choice if you have an early flight. Room (king bed) was clean and spacious. Front desk was professional. No problems.

It's a nice hotel with a beautiful lobby comfortable room and bed. Tiny closet door, but with nice with Full size mirrors. Nice size TV, Excellent breakfast. OK Internet. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Very small mini refrigerator without freezer.

This is the best 'Best Western' I have ever stayed in. I was here recently at the beginning and end of a trip, and again this time. The staff is excellent, the breakfasts are varied and extensive for a Best Western, and it has a full bar in the lobby open during week nights. It has a friendly and comfortable ambiance and is really first rate for this type of hotel.

The room was clean with the bathroom fully stocked. I did notice the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working. I did tell the manager about it. The breakfast bar was fantastic, I had eggs on toast with coffee. The complimentary ride to the airport after my stay was the best perk in my opinion. I'll recommend this hotel to my friends.

I stay at the Best Western Plus every other week. The staff are always supportive and helpful. The rooms are consistent and clean. Very close to the airport. Coffee and food are located in the same parking lot.

We always stay here for our flights—complimentary 24/7 airport shuttle, literally 5 min from airport, excellent staff, great motel. Recommend reservation. Starbuck's, Quizno's, Little Caesar's next to motel.

This was a nice hotel. Check in was easy. The room was updated and very clean. We actually slept very well! Complimentary Breakfast included eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, oatmeal and assorted pastries. We also loved that it was right next to a starbucks, Quiznos and a pizza place so we could get dinner when we arrived at night. If you are using the Fresno Airport, this hotel is right across the street, however, we really didn't hear any planes going by. The rooms was pretty quiet. I recommend this hotel.

Mieko Gaddy, Tracine, and Tatiana were so helpful and friendly, I really felt at home. The room was also clean, quiet and comfortable, and I was able to enjoy a bath and a yummy breakfast, courtesy of Sandra. A great place to stay; and even though it's right across the street from the airport, you don' t hear any planes because it's out of the flight path.

Excellent spacious and clean room (other than prior guest's food left in our refrigerator) with plenty of parking. The desk clerk was incredibly nice and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and they provide an alarm clock that you can read in the dark (surprising how many hotels do not provide this necessity). I was very satisfied with our stay.

The room was excellent, very clean and had lots of "walk" around room. Was able to get a room on the 1st floor as requested. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and outgoing. We would recommend this site to all of our friends.

Nice hotel close to the airport. Shuttle runs 24 hours. They do supply a grab and go breakfast for people that need to leave before 6 am. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Rooms are fine, comfotable beds. Morning coffee was a little more like tea, but hey, you can't have everything. Would stay here again, just for the convenience factor.

Traveling in for business in Fresno, found this place by location and review. Reviews can be tricky and subjective, so always a little guarded however, this is a great place, super staff, clean, well maintained and comfortable. The staff are ALL friendly, helpful and the best was the overall vibe. Met the manager Robert Hernandez (hope i spelled it right) and let him know he hit the lottery with his staff. From the reservation made with Tracy, to arrival with Cerita and questions and checkout with Mieko and of course housekeeping for a comfortable room, all this made the difference, at least for me. I checked into the Best Western Plus , during the foggiest nights this winter. I arrived early morning and was able to check in to my room. Not sure if there is a problem with the key machine . I had to have my key remade at least 3 times with in the first night . Clean and very quite rooms. The rooms are large. LOVE the large bathroom area.

Great place to get a good nights sleep. Stayed here for a week while working in the area. It was so good we checked back into the hotel when we returned to the area. The staff here is really nice and do their best to help out.

I stayed here for only one night. I enjoyed my stay. Great, prompt shuttle from and to the airport. Breakfast was fine and free. Comfortable room. The whole facility was clean and the personnel were friendly. Recommended to me by my tour provider and it was a good one.

I was here for work and the company put us up here. I was a little skeptic at first, not my first choice. I am avid Marriott or Westin hotel snob. It was pleasantly clean and vibe of a hilton garden in, hampton, or townplace suites type place. It was clean. Service was excellent and always willing to serve. Prices were not bad and location is directly by the Airport without really noticing I am staying by the Airport. Great stay. Keep up the good work.

This Best Western certainly deserves the "Plus" designation. The facility was very nice, the room was spacious and very comfortable, and the breakfast was exceptionally good. We experienced no noise from the airport, and the shuttle appeared to be frequent.

The shower is hot and strong. Plenty of parking for guest. The room feels clean. It is a very good hotel for a 3-4 star level hotel. Most people try to be on their way early in the morning, so it could be bit noisy and lots of traffic outside your room in the morning if your room is the first few rooms next to the cafeteria. If you are the few people that want to sleep in for the day, make sure you ask for rooms at the end of the hallway.

Great hotel, very friendly and useful staff. It is not renovated but i could clearly see it is very well maintained !! The price is absolutely acceptable and it is worth each dollar i spent on it !! to summarize it GREAT PLACE

Staff friendly, helpful and professional. Bed very comfortable and the food was very good that we ordered at the hotel bar/restaurant. We always stay here when we have an early flight. The cost to leave our vehicle at the hotel is very reasonable and their security is excellent.

This hotel is reliable and there is a consistent positive experience for my business travels. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Celeste at the bar makes up good food and drinks for evening hang-out or work, and the breakfast service is great.

The staff was very nice and my room was clean. The toilet would sing long after a flush which was a little annoying but everything else was pristine. I like clean. T would go there again when in the Fresno area.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights over the weekend. The parking lot was ample and well-lighted. The staff was friendly and very helpful right from check-in to check-out. The room was well-appointed with a comfortable bed, couch, desk, flat-screen TV with a large variety of channels, and roomy bathroom with nice shower. We've travelled all around the country and the breakfast was the best I have ever experienced! In addition to everything from eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal and cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, and pastries, there were condiments such as strawberry compote, chopped nuts, raisins, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, chopped green onions, salsa, and grated cheese. Incredible!! We will definitely stay there again if we return to Fresno.

I usually pay more money for other hotels, but decided for one night I'd try the Best Western Plus in Fresno. It was very comfortable and clean with a very friendly staff and a surprisingly good breakfast that I ate by the pool. A pleasant surprise.

We stayed at this hotel six nights. They were full several of the nights so breakfast was too busy to enjoy. The last night we did not get our room cleaned, and we were denied a discount for that night. Not happy!

Very convenient location for an early morning flight at the airport. Clean, modern, good staff. Our room, adjacent to the elevator, was ,however, noisy all night. They also offer a free shuttle service to the airport, as well as parking while on your trip.

Only stayed 1 night. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet. Breakfast had a nice variety. Check in and check out were efficient and friendly. Love the refrigerator and microwave in room. Would definitely stay here again.

This location is like staying at a 5 star hotel when it comes to staff. I stayed for two weeks and was so pleased with every area of the hotel. Breakfast, bar, room service, shuttle. They really made me feel welcomed and part of the Best Western Family. The bar was always nice and fun. The hotel is very nice. I liked the beds very comfortable and always made. The bathroom was very clean. great location. You will not be disappointed staying here.

We had an early morning flight so we decided to book a room at the BW Plus Fresno Airport and were not disappointed. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel lobby and our room were clean and updated. Though the hotel is very close to the airport, our room was very quiet. The BW has a shuttle service to the airport which we took advantage of. The shuttle was very convenient.

The entire staff at this hotel are exceptional and made us feel like old friends incited of just "another guest", Our plans in the Fresno/ Clovis area were such that the first 4 nights we stayed at another brand hotel and only had to stay here for one night. you can bet your bottom dollar the next time all our nights will be at this hotel!. Looking forward to returning here and soon to visit with our new "friends"

This was our final stay in CA. We appreciated being able to print out our boarding passes and getting our rental car returned easily at an early morning hour. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice to have a food outlet near by, too. Thanks.

We stayed here the day before we were to fly home after a vacation in the Yosemite area. What a wonderful property. The location makes getting to the airport easy and the staff and amenities are remarkable. The breakfast was complete but the the most outstanding thing about this property is the staff. They will go above and beyond helping you. They will make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. We could not have asked for a better place to stay on our return trip home.

As usual my stay at Best Western was great. Great Room Great Staff and best of all Great Hot Tub. But the very best of my stay was the housekeeping staff. Unfortunately, I did not get the young lady's name ( I think it was Trisha) but she was a younger lady that had the best attitude I have ever seen. She made my stay there wonderful. I love pillows and when I requested more it was not a problem. I stayed 2 nights and my room was so clean you could eat off the floor, I wanted to kidnap her and bring her home with me ( I hate cleaning !) This young lady was a dream come true and she really seemed to love her job. I hope the upper management of this hotel reads this and knows what a treasure they have in her. When I travel I will always stay at Best Western hotels and I can only hope that each future one lives up to the standards set by this wonderful young lady. I believe in giving credit where credit is due and everyone of the staff were great but this young lady made a very good impression on me and when I visit Fresno again I will definitely stay at this Best Western. This was an okay place, I don't know the city, this was just an overnight stay. But for the price I paid, i got friendly front office service, the room was pretty clean, had an outdated but working mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I like the color of the walls(purple), my fav! The bed was comfortable. The bathroom well, toilet seat was kind of scary to try to sit on as it seemed a but loose. But overall clean.

Place was very clean and the Staff extremely Friendly. Was very impressed with everything. Close to airport and a Starbucks within walking distance. Rooms were very clean and honestly the staff was the nicest hotel staff that I think I have ever met. My wife also commented on the overall friendliness of everyone working there. It was very refreshing to see people smiling and happy to help us. Will definitely stay at this BW when I go back to Fresno.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only issue we had was the bathroom sink plug was not connected so the water kept draining out. There were no good restaurants close there was a pizza place, a sub shop and a Starbuck's within walking distance.

Stayed here a couple of nights while visiting Sequoia NP in October 2017. Hotel seems recently built and is in good condition. Has an outdoor pool (not heated) and a hot tub as well as a small gym. Nice lobby and breakfast area (free breakfast until 9:00am weekdays/10:00am weekends). Two computers with attached printer available for free use next to the lobby. Service: Friendly and helpful staff. We were able to check in on arrival a bit past noon (regular check in at 3:00pm). Asked our preferences and gave us requested room (high floor; away from elevator; opposite side of hotel from rail tracks). Housekeeping was good and any special requests (extra blankets/towels) were delivered quickly. The lady managing the breakfast area was friendly and efficient (kept the trays filled) - even went to each table to let people know five minutes before she shut down. Location: About 10 minutes from Rt 99; 3 minutes to Rt 180; 1 hour to Sequoia NP (Big Stump entrance). Nothing much in the immediate neighborhood (except of course the airport), but lots of food options within a 20-minute drive. Room: Well appointed, spacious, and clean. Pretty good sound insulation. Overall quite impressed by the hotel - definitely recommended if you are in the area.

The Best Western at the Fresno Airport is fantastic. The hotel is brand new and the staff is terrific. It is located within walking distance from the airport. The rooms are very large and updated. Breakfast is free. And the staff is very helpful. And the price was very cheap for a business hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

My family took a long road trip and this was our first stop on our way to Yosemite National Park. The room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was a typical extended continental breakfast with a large dining area. It appeared that there was a bar for the evenings and there was an outdoor pool that we did not use. Parking was free and there was a laundry. My only complaint is that the area did not feel as safe as I would have liked, but the hotel has no control over that.

Our greeting by the front desk was great and being a BW rewards member out room was upgraded. Our room was very nice, clean and well appointed. The shuttle the next morning at 4:30 AM was on time. Our only problem was when we returned a week later. We called the hotel and requested the shuttle. We waited and waited and had to call back. A different desk clerk answered and stated the shuttle was still parked out front and she would send it over. When it arrived the driver's body language indicated she was not happy. We tried to open a friendly conversation but got little in response. Apparently she was scolded for delaying our pickup or something else was not right. Other than that our stay was great.

This hotel was very excellent at location, location. It is 2 minutes away from the airport, excellent. It was 10 minutes from my temporary place of employment, excellent. Also Ray the shuttle driver was very courtesy and willing to assist by going the extra mile to help me by taken me back to the grocery store to pick up my groceries. The grocery store does not take credit cards and I left my debit card in room. He also helped me by taken my groceries up to my room, excellent services. The breakfast was delicious, great varieties.

The room was clean and the service was very good but beware, they put erroneous charges on your credit card. I checked into the hotel a week ago and stayed three nights. They billed my credit card for the three night stay but also billed my credit card for an additional amount equal to approximately two additional nights.

Hotel was very clean and grandkids had a great pool to entertain them. Bar and food available made it easy for an early morning flight.wake up call in the morning and shuttle was on time. Staff was wonderful and very helpful with everything we needed...my husband will be staying there next week.

Right across the street from the airport entrance! Five minute shuttle drive. We stayed here for only one night, but it was a VERY good stay. We stayed in a suite and were very happy with it. The room was very spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had a large bedroom, large living room, and large bathroom, plenty of space to relax in after 1 1/2 weeks in Sequoia & Yosemite National Parks. They have a nice pool, but I was unable to get to it as I was tired and sore from all the hiking in the Parks. My loss. Tracie at the front desk was extremely helpful, courteous & professional. She provided all the info we needed to know, including a list of restaurants nearby, with personal recommendations. They offer a full breakfast in the lounge starting at 6:00 am. Unfortunately we had to leave at 4:00 am to catch a 6:00 am departing flight. The only thing they could do to improve the visit is a jaccuzzi for all the sore muscles. We WILL stay here on our next visit to Yosemite!!!

I was looking for a hotel close to the airport but got so much more. Well appointed. The room was comfortable and clean. The front desk employee Michael was very courteous and friendly. The breakfast was great with many hot items, fresh fruit and even some steamed veggies to go with your eggs and bacon. Of course the waffles were available. The tables were vigorously wiped clean as soon as someone got up. I didn't use the pool but the area looked well maintained. Exercise room was more than adequate. Literally a couple minute drive to the rental car return. We will stay here again the next time we make a trip to Yosemite Nat'l Park.

Nice area, beautiful lobby, great pool area, rooms clean, bed comfortable. Too bad the air conditioner unit was so loud that I did not get sleep for the 2 nights I was there. No matter how nice the hotel was, it means nothing if you cannot actually sleep due to loud a/c unit. It literally sounded like a freight train in the room.

Had an awesome experience! The service of the employees was great. The 24 hour little snack section came in handy as well. The room was very clean and the pool and hot tub likewise were very clean which is so important. We came out to see Derek Carr of the Raiders get his Fresno State number 4 retired and although the heat was brutal on this September 2nd it was a worthwhile memory and we are glad we made the trip in from Las Vegas, Nevada

You can tell this hotel team really cares about their customers from the moment you arrive, in the morning during breakfast, and even during check out . I received a warm welcome and thoroughly enjoyed staying there. I'll be back soon and look forward to staying with them!

After driving all day seeing clients, it was a welcome site to see a Best Western in Fresno. Nice pressure in the shower, cool room and very functional room for continuing to work. Internet was great and some real nice restaurants driving distance. Across from the Airport and you would never know it. Excellent service at the front desk.

This is not a fancy hotel but it checks all the boxes: friendly, helpful staff, comfy beds, good breakfast, good rates. This is my go-to place to stay in Fresno. I stay here about once a month. I always get a good room and feel comfortable. The manager has even gone out of her way to help me fix a booking error that was MY mistake. They always take good care of me and make me feel like family.

Perfect location directly across from airport with clean, comfortable nicely decorated rooms, easy access to restaurants and fast food. Staff was very helpful and friendly. After a hot drive from Yosemite via San Joaquin Valley, the pool, while small, was a welcome, pleasant and relaxing space for our family to gather, nicely-kept, plenty of towels and comfortable, Would definitely stay here again!

I found this hotel for a road trip from S. CA on our way to visit Kings Canyon. I was a little leary of the location next to an airport, but I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel. There were no noise from the airport, the rooms and hotel lobby looked new and nicely decorated and the price was right. The breakfast buffet had all of the breakfast items I expect. My only downside was a noisy air condition unit when it cycled on and off. But with the convenient location off of 180, it was perfect for our stopover on the way to the park that I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

When we were driving up towards the hotel, the area surrounding it looked very sketchy, and with homeless nearby. There was construction going on for a Marriott next door to it, and one day was loud enough to hear through the walls(which usually insulated well, considering we were located by the ice machine and could not hear it being used, and located by the airport). We read reviews about cars getting broken into, but luckily ours wasn't. We could see our car from our window which was nice. The location was far from the center of town and the hospital we needed to go to for our daughter's follow-up. And traffic is terrible, everything took twice as long to get to. Which is not their fault, but something to be aware of if you need to drive anywhere in Fresno. The master bedroom would've been nicer if it had a lock on the door for extra privacy. The bar area would be better at night if they used some mood lighting. It was way too bright. Also, we didn't go to the bar because it was filled with construction workers from the Marriott they are building. We liked the friendly staff who made check-in smooth and answered all our questions. We made a lot of special requests online first, such as: early check-in, an extra bed for our 12 year old, a bathtub, downstairs(our 17 year old daughter is on crutches), and a room by the pool. All which were already fulfilled when we arrived. They also honored our last request of late check-out and we got to stay until 2pm. All these requests were no charge. The room was very clean, the king-sized bedroom was huge(they could've fit a pool table in there next to us!), we had our own T.V., mirrored closet, lots of drawers, an alarm clock and a door. Bathroom had a shower/tub combination and was clean. They supplied a hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner, bar soap and lotion. It also had a door on it, which we were happy about because we read at other hotels they sometimes don't have a door on the bathroom(and it locked too!). The living room fit the extra bed we requested nicely, had a fold-out couch(which had springs, but our teenager said it was comfortable), two comfy chairs, a T.V., a table that had an extra table that slid out for family meals and a swivel chair if you wanted to use it as a desk. Nice black-out shades in both rooms, and enough plugs for all our devices. The maid was really friendly, I just had her vacuum since the room was still clean, and give us extra supplies of towels etc. The breakfast area was nice with a view of the pool. The fruit was really fresh and croissants were good. The first day they had electrical problems so they only had cold breakfast, which was ok. Our daughters liked the muffins/pastries and fruit. They were very nice about trying to make everyone happy because of the electrical problem. Said they'd heat up anything for guests if they needed it in their kitchen. Next day they had it working, and we made croissant egg sandwiches, while our girls liked the fluffy waffles(make your own) and yogurt parfaits. Didn't use the bar but thought it was nice they had it. Checked out the gym, small but adequate. The pool area was very nice. The pool was very clean, and they had a spa that was nice to soak in. One day the maintenance guy let us in early to enjoy the spa before it was open and while our girls were still asleep in the room. He was hosing off the patio and getting everything clean, a real nice guy. We enjoyed the gazebo and dipping in the pool, especially because it was so hot outside. The area is very pleasant, with the hedges and trees it makes it more private and nicer than looking at the parking lot or empty lot. We also loved that Little Caesar's and Starbuck's were next door. They also had a sub place too.

Not only was this hotel clean, safe, quiet and wonderfully located, but the staff was very friendly. The check in and check out process were both smooth and fast. We would definitely stay here again, if we found ourselves in this area.

I paid almost 180$ for one night and as you see from my above feedback , it was not even worth 100$ a night.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Got a good night sleep. Staff and service was friendly, courteous, helpful and eager to please. Good rate for value. Amenities were as stated on website. Shuttle to airport was on time and driver was friendly and helpful.

An excellent hotel to stay near Fresno Airport. A clean and well maintained facility with friendly staff. I have stayed at this hotel many times and have enjoyed my stay. The breakfast served is of a good quality, the presentation is perfect.

I picked this location due to proximity to the airport for an early morning flight. Room was ready when we arrived. There was plenty of free parking. We enjoyed the outdoor pool. The hotel offered a shuttle to the airport (which I did not need due to a rental car). They indicated there would be an early "grab and go breakfast" for our early departure but that did not materialize... Two annoyances were the dripping tub and the sink drain broken into the closed position - not allowing water to drain from the sink. We had to pry the drain up with fingernails to get the dirty water to drain. We did not report or request a new room since we had but a few hours before heading out for an incredibly early 6am flight. I would stay here again - proximity to airport was ideal.

We got in at 11 pm and the lobby was so busy! I was greeted by a super friendly and helpful man working the desk. It was a very positive experience checking in. We were so tired and everyone was so wide awake! Our room was nice, clean, very comfortable. My granddaughter said "this bathroom is as big as my whole bedroom at home!" I think it was an accessible room maybe that is why. The bed was comfortable. It is off a highway and there are train tracks, but we did not notice any noise or sounds of neighboring rooms. Breakfast was really good, loved the watermelon! The pool was warm and a nice outdoor space. We had a very peaceful stay.

Even though it's literally across the street from the airport, you'll never hear the planes here. It's kind of amazing. Nice pool and barbecue area. Great place to stay if you want to go to Sequoia National park, which is about 50 minutes away. Nice desk in the room and comfortable bed. The people who work here are very attentive: Noy, Ginka, Melissa all made my stay better. You feel like the people here actually care. Great for long-term business trips.

I loved this hotel--great service--good airport location--on time 24 hr shuttle to airport service. Thought I'd found the best hotel for my frequent Fresno trips. The room A/C (stays cool but) isn't central air and was rattle-y and noisy enough to cause disruptive sleep. IF this hotel had central A/C, instead of old fashioned noisy A/C I'd have given it a 10 across the board. If you're a heavy sleeper it may not bother you

We were looking for a room close to the Fresno Airport. Found the Best Western Plus online. Nice hotel for the price. Staff was extremely friendly, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was a little noisy, but not terrible. Breakfast was included and was not bad. I would recommend

I haven't stayed at a Best Western in at least 20 years. I only stayed here for the EV charger. Best Western is much nicer than I remember. The room was very nice, and clean. The breakfast had healthy options. And obviously, the EV charger was very convenient. I will now stay at Best Western in the future.

This is out 2nd time staying at this location. The hotel is very quiet and clean. It has a nice outdoor pool. The staff is so friendly and helpful. One of the best breakfasts included offered at any hotel I have stayed. It's right across street from the Fresno airport. An easy drive to Yosemite and many other locations.

We liked this hotel for it location. It's close to the airport and to Sequoia and Kings Canyon Parks. We also liked it because it was clean, roomy, had a great breakfast, except for the strange sausage links, and a nice outside pool. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

If you are going to Yosemite or Kings Canyon and couldn't find a spot cause you didn't know you had to make reservations. This is the best place to stay. Paula at front desk will hook you up. Worried about the food you brought, well no worries just sit back enjoy the pool and jacuzzi while dad BBQs that's right they have a BBQ there to use and the kids can enjoy swimming. Get this they even have a bar for the adults. And in the Am you can enjoy free breakfast before your drive up to ether Yosemite or Kings Canyon then after drive back and enjoy the hotel one again without the bugs and heat.

The rooms here are large, clean, and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I've stayed here before and specifically asked my employer to book me here from now on. My stay was less expensive this time than last...I think due to a "multiple night discount" that I don't remember being available the last time I stayed.

This hotel is clean and well managed. All of the employees welcomed me to the hotel and greeted me with a smile throughout my stay.. The breakfast was very nice and the pool area is very inviting. Stay here!! you won't regret it!!!

For a quick night over the price was right at $125. Free airport shuttle and breakfast included was a good value, only a few blocks from the airport. Rooms were clean and reasonable updated, used by airline crews was quiet at night

This Best Western is a wonderful, friendly, clean hotel. Helpful staff. Comfortable room with adequate space for suitcases, etc. Great location right near Fresno airport for return trip from Yosemite.

Large comfortable room with friendly staff. Michael at the front desk greeted us with a warm smile and quickly checked us in. He anticipated all of our questions including restaurant recommendations and mentioning there'd be grab-and-go items as we'd be checking out before the official breakfast began. The hotel is right across the street from the airport but is surprisingly quiet. There is also a gas station across the street, which is perfect for those last minute car rental fill ups. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a very comfortable stay at this Best Western, and I have to say perhaps the best stay in Fresno after the last few years visiting my son in school here. The suite we got was roomy, clean, the staff bent over backwards to accommodate our needs and the breakfast was decent. Anyone that knows Fresno, knows this is hard to come by in their Hotels, as there are no high-end places to stay. My only complaint, which others have had in their reviews is the air-conditioning noise. I mention it because I believe it is something they could resolve. Once you get to sleep it's fine, but very annoying until then. I don't think this takes much away from the positives mentioned, however.

Hotel staff were all great. Housekeeping, breakfast and front desk staff were all helpful, kind and willing to help when needed. Kids really enjoyed the outdoor pool and breakfast was good. AC in our room was noisy but at that point, we were just happy to have cold air after spending the previous 2 nights in Yosemite without air! I would stay here again if in the area.

We stayed here for a night in a month long family road trip and were impressed. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms nice. The outdoor pool was great for the kids on a hot summer evening. Breakfast was above average for this kind of hotel, with several hot options and good cantaloupe and honeydew mellon. For those not using the airport, the location of the hotel is a bit odd. It is conveniently near the interstate, but there are not a lot of food or entertainment options nearby (there is a combo Quiznos, Little Caesars and Starbucks next door). Most of the newer restaurants, shops and movies are in the northern section of town, about 15 minutes away. There is a Whole Foods nearby. A nice hotel that is well run and perfect for someone using the airport or just needs a place to crash for a night.

This is absolutely the best airport hotel stay we've had in a long time. Really nice staff, very helpful, good breakfast. We were here in the ,middle of a terrible heat wave but our room was cool and comfy. Strongly recommend,

Hotel ground is clean and professional. BBQ grill available in the pool area. You can borrow the tools from the front desk. Towels are provided as well. The breakfast/lounge area is open till 10pm. Great place to hang out and watch some sports. Fitness room is open 24/7. Towels and water are provided. Staffs are very friendly. Breakfast area is constantly being re stocked. She always asks everybody if there's anything we need to get before she closes it down. Elevators are working perfectly as of today. The little snack store next to front desk is well stocked. The location is perfect cuz it's right next to Starbucks, Quizno and a pizza place. The room comes w one king and one sofa which is ok for family of 4 and under. Just remember to ask for linens and all when you check in. Oh and extra towels if you have more than two ppl. Conclusion: very good property. Will return.

We booked here due to location and because they had two EV chargers since we knew we needed to charge overnight. When we arrived both EV chargers were non-functional and they said they didn't even have someone schedule to come and look at them until the following week. They didn't offer outlets or anything to try to accommodate for the broken chargers, so we were stuck. Also, one elevator was out and the WIFI didn't work in the room (my 1990 modem was faster than this wifi). They told us we couldn't cancel to go somewhere else since we booked through an online site (Hotels.com) I think. We headed out for some dinner and to call the online site and the 2nd (of two) elevators was stuck with people in it. We then called the online site and they cancelled the 2nd night, but said Best Western wouldn't cancel the reservation for that night, so we were stuck. When we arrived, we asked why they wouldn't cancel and said it was their policy. We had to go to bed very early to get up and go to another location to charge the vehicle, but at 11pm I think, they called and said we could cancel for the evening if we wanted. Unbelievable. We said it was too late and we already made plans and tried to go back to bed. They then called again 15 minutes later and we just unplugged the phone.

Check in excellent, Room smells really musty. Remote didn't work. All elevators were out of order during evening. Inconvenience since I have knee problems taking stairs. Not worth price due to bad smell. Free breakfast included but eggs/bacon not good.

The stay was quite comfortable and relaxing. We had excellent service from knownledgeable, friendly and attentive staff. We enjoyed a variety of complimentary breakfast foods to choose from including fresh waffles daily. You could pour your own and make a mess which was cleaned up promptly! Lovely establishment with a nice, clean presentation with excellent shuttle service to and from the airport. There are a couple eateries right next to the complex also. Very convenient and you just can't beat the location. You can get to all the main attractions from here... Except Sequioa National Park. That was quite an adventure. You have to go to Visalia to get a tour bus to see Sequioa National Park. Catch the V-Line from the airport and then get the park shuttle to pick you up there. Its simply AMAZING! Yosemite is another long bus ride which picks up right at the airport... 4 hours, so start early. We left at 4:30 am! Also, ask about the Forestiere subterranean garden. His story and this site is a treat for everyone and it's not too far away. A completely unique experience, it really is!

I have stayed in several hotels in Fresno, I love this hotel, it's my favorite in this area. They are caring, they have a great breakfast, comfortable bed and clean room. The pool is nice, and their business center more or less works fine. I always request this hotel. Their rates are more or less average.

The bestwestern airport hotel is one of the best BW I used this trip. Modern, spacious, plenty car park spaces. The pool is sheltered the building. Close to the hotel are Starbucks and dome fast food and take away places. I had a room on the ground floor. Not a good idea. Though the rest of the hotel is quiet enough, the ground floor is directly connected with the reception, breakfast room annex bar area. Some unpleasant guests were making rude noises and burping loudly well after bar closing, very audible in my room, which was annoying as I had only a short night, getting up at 0400 for my connecting flight. So: good hotel but avoid rooms on the first floor.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Fresno Airport Hotel in Fresno for my teenage daughter's softball tournament. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and had everything we could ask for. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

I travel often for work and usually stay at BW. This was one of the best BW I've stayed in. The fitness center was top notch, and the breakfast was excellent. I'm a coffee drinker and appreciated the Starbucks next door for quality coffee. Staff and cleanliness of this BW was superb!

No vent in bathroom, old toilet "ran" and we had to keep tank lid off to stop it, air conditioner extremely loud. Breakfast cold. Staff did not inform us room key would "expire" before our time to leave and we were locked out. Bed HARD.

A little ways off hwy 99 but worth the drive if you want clean, quality and value. Starbucks and Quizno's located next to the parking lot. Best TV I've watched in a hotel in a long time. Friendly staff.

Everything was amazing from the time we got there to the time we left. We were checked in by Michael and Melissa both wonderful and very professional. We stayed in the double queen suite and it was so nice and very quiet. There was 4 of us including a 5 year old and it was great to have that extra "living room" space for him to play with his legos. The beds were comfortable and the whole entire space was spotless. We needed extra towels in the middle of the night since we got back to the hotel so late after being out all day and ray brought them up within minutes. We stayed for 2 nights and was able to enjoy breakfast twice which was delicious. There were so many people at the breakfast area since the hotel was full and Sondra and Aracely were so pleasant making us and everyone else feel welcome while making sure all the food and milk was continually replenished. There was even a BW heart in the middle of the waffles. I thought that was so cute. Several times during the trip we had to reactivate our keys because we kept putting it by our phones and Paula was very understanding and nice. I felt bad that we kept repeating the same mistake. Then on the last night we were so exhausted from all our running around town and called down and spoke to Adam asking for a late check-out for 1 pm. I was afraid that we wouldn't be able to, but he made it happen with no problems. All the staff were so nice. The room was beautiful. If you are planning on coming to Fresno I would absolutely recommend this place. If it's with several family members then you should get the suite! We also go a receipt under our door before we left. Check-out was fast and easy. Thank you so much to the hotel for making our stay so lovely.

Breakfast is nice ! We would stay again if needed- pool looked nice but didn't have time to try it out /beds comfy air conditioner loud but overall a great stay----it's fresno so there's that...it's all good

The free breakfast was wonderful, the staff was very friendly, the room and bed were very nice. The only problem was that the room AC roared and made noises all night except when it cut off and it was dead quiet. We recommend that when you select your room, make sure the AC isn't loud before you settle in, in case you have to change rooms (and hopefully, not all the AC units are as loud).

Beautiful building, Excellent service elegant lobby with a bar. This is possibly the nicest hotel anywhere near the hotel. Very clean rooms and roomy rooms staff was very helpful and considerate. The only downside of my stay was that my room was right next to the bar and it was a little loud so if you want peace and quiet request a room away from the bar.

We stayed at the BW the night before our return flight since we were scheduled to fly out at 5:45 a.m. Our flight was delayed necessitating rescheduling a flight for the following day. BW smoothly accommodated us with another night. The a/c malfunctioned in our room & couldn't be immediately repaired, but we were easily moved to another room. All staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and attractive and the breakfast was plentiful & varied. We would highly recommend this hotel to others!

This hotel essentially next-door to the Fresno airport is apparently new it is beautiful the staff are amazingly friendly and want you to be welcome and to be helpful. I highly recommend this property if you're flying into or out of the Fresno airport or Yosemite area

The trip to the airport is less than 5 minutes. The shuttle driver was friendly and the hotel makes frequent trips to the airport. The lobby has an overall feel of the hotel is positive. it has the feel of a newer and more updated atmosphere. The rooms are large and have comfortable furniture, including the bed. I was a little unnerved by the cosmetic damage to some of outside of the room doors. While it may have been the cleaning cart that gauged the doors, it had the feeling of someone kicking at the door. I had an early flight, and they had some breakfast items and small bags for those who wouldn't be there for breakfast. Above average.

This location makes it easy to come and go from the airport. It is also convenient to locations in Fresno through the access to freeways. It only takes minutes to get to freeways out of town and to Yosemite. The hotel is well run, very clean, friendly staff, good bed and breakfast.

The hotel is clean, quiet and close to freeway access if you are driving your own car. The hotel has free transportation to points of interest or the airport. Breakfast had limited offerings and was mediocre. The eggs offered were a type of poached egg with yolks well cooked and sautéed squash - yet with only one person working this area, they were out of them during the time of our breakfast.

Fast food restaurants within easy walking distance. Nice lobby, pool, hot tub. Rooms are clean and spacious. Very good staff. The receptionist, Melissa, had 9 guests trying to check in at once. She handled all of us in a very calm, cool and professional manner. Only a few minutes shuttle drive from airport.

I must say that I've previously reported great experiences in staying at this hotel numerous times each year, however an issue I've brought up numerous times continues to fall on "deaf ears" with hotel management. This hotel claims to be a "100% smoke-free property", however at any given time you literally will have to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter the lobby! Simply disgusting, not to mention a significant health risk! Also this "100% smoke-free property" apparently allows smoking in the pool area, to include guests smoking while in the hot tub & even while actually standing in the pool! Intelligent non-smoking guests have left the pool area because of this! Obviously this is 2017 & basically everyone on the planet knows that smoking is bad for everyone's health, not cool, & just plain stupid! So why does this "100% smoke-free property" allow this to continue at this Best Western Plus? Even staff members will tell you that management doesn't care about people's health, just about money. Sad. So apparently if you don't care about increasing your chances of cancer, then stay at this hotel! Management: this is NOT a "100% smoke-free property" as you claim. Shame on you!

Excellent stay and friendly service. Close to the airport. Decent breakfast in the morning and a lounge / bar in the evenings. Head to Old Town Clovis for a great Mexican meal and excellent margaritas at Salsa's - 10 minutes drive!

My family needed a hotel near the Fresno airport to catch a morning flight. I like BW Plus properties because they are clean and comfortable, and this one did not disappoint. Front desk customer service was excellent, the lobby is open and spacious, the beds were comfy, and the location safe. We found a great place to eat by the CSU campus nearby, and there is a Starbucks right by the hotel. Breakfast is included- the usual Continental buffet items were better than average quality. There is a pleasant pool and spa. I would stay here again.

We typically stay at BW or Hilton Hotels because there are no surprises. This BW Hotel is clean and quiet. The advantage that BW has, is that the widows open. I love this because fresh air is important to ones health. When we arrived they did not have the room we asked for. They upgraded us to another room. I am so impressed with their customer service. The young woman at the desk was professional and courteous in making sure we were happy with our room. Good customer service always wins.

We stayed here prior to an early flight from Fresno Air Terminal. The room was new in appearance and super clean and fresh. The staff was super friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel as I have nothing to criticise.

Myself and another family friend reserved two rooms for a dance workshop being held at E Clovis H.S. Check-in was fast and easy, room was very nice, clean and spacious. We had a sofa bed it wasn't to comfortable, however they never are. Bar available with very good drinks and I was able to take it to my room. Breakfast was a little busy with not to much area to sit, however we made it work for 2 days. Our third morning hardly anyone in breakfast, nice and quite. Kids loved the pool and spa, very clean area. We even BBQ 2 nights which made it very convenient for the 7 of us. The hotel even had the tools to BBQ. Little Caesars, Quiznos and Starbucks in the same premises. HOUSEKEEPING!!!! was amazing thumbs up to them!!! Trisha made our stay even better!!!! Definitely coming back next year to this hotel!

The tub was terrible. We both stood in standing water from the start of when we turned on the shower. The housekeeping staff should of had it taken care of when it first started backing up. By the way it so SLOWLY drained out-it had been like that for a long time.

If you are flying in or out of Fresno, this hotel is convenient and offers real value, it is highly recommended. The airport is a five minute free shuttle ride away, the rooms are well equipped, clean, quiet, and a free breakfast buffet is provided. The staff is friendly and efficient; there really isn't anything not to like about this hotel. When making reservations, I noticed several different rates for the same room at this hotel, be sure to check several booking sites to get the best rate.

We stayed at this hotel as a part of a wedding block, so did not research it ourselves before booking or arriving. Best Western has a great reputation, so we were not surprised that the rooms were updated, clean, and had what we needed. The breakfast provided was great (if a little crowded - lots of families at this hotel), and the hot tub was perfect for some relaxation in the afternoon. The beds were comfy, rooms were fairly well insulated from noise, parking is easy, AC was quiet, and the TV worked great! What really blew us away as a part of our stay was how friendly and helpful the staff was at this location! From check in (late night) to breakfast to housekeeping, every staff member was friendly, and made conversation when we saw them in the elevator or hallway. Housekeeping worked around our schedule (leaving for wedding, napping kid, etc.) and laughed and played with our toddler in the halls. During a busy breakfast time, the staff restocking and cleaning up was still friendly and making sure we all had what we needed. I even saw a guy who I think was on the cleaning crew help some guests find the towels in the pool area. Everything they were doing was to make the guest experience more pleasant.

We came to escape the rainy Pacific Northwest and the best western was perfect for our family! The pool gets sunshine all day (chilly but refreshing), the breakfast is good, the rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly! Would definitely stay here again! And recommend it to anyone!

Decent hotel, close to airport. They were out of double queen rooms so four of us had to share a King room with pullout couch. Since we were a family of four and indicated when we made the reservation that we'd be using the pullout bed, it would have been nice if the bedding was in the room (as we presumed it would be) instead of having to request it from housekeeping at 10:00 when we were going to bed. Food was not close, closest was 10 min (except for Starbucks and Little Caesar's which share the parking lot). Nice front desk woman checking us in.

Was very pleased with this best Western plus by the Fresno airport. Nice and newer and very clean. The staff was all very friendly. Had a 6 am flight so the early morning shuttle was convenient to take us over. We felt very safe in this hotel and was glad we paid a few $$ extra over the other 2 hotels located across from airport that are old and run down. Recommend

It was a very enjoyable stay, very comfortable. The room was very inviting, and clean. Most of all it was functional. Plenty of reachable outlets, for PCs, and other equipment. The restroom was privately situated if you are bringing family or friends. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.

This Best Western was one of the nicest! Everything is very clean and fresh. The one bedroom suite was large, roomy and reasonably priced. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best serving actual fried eggs, bacon and awesome cowboy potatoes! We were shuttled to the airport and back after leaving our car for three days and charged only $5.00 per day. It seemed to be a well lit parking lot. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Not sure if we just got a bad room or not, but the AC unit fan had a high pitch whine to it so we could not use. Bathroom exhaust fan had horrible sound as well. Also, when the toilet was flushed it sounded like a plane was taking off from the other side of the bathroom wall because of the water running through the pipes.

Our room was awesome, the service is awesome and if you need anything it is right in house. they have a full bar, grocery area, restaurant with full service and not continental, and everyone there can't do enough for you. I have family that live in Fresno, so I am there all the time, but now I stay here which is also right across the street from the airport and they have a shuttle...hey, you want a great place to stay and relax and have fun this is it, in FRESNO, CA!!!!

I had to stay at this airport when my flight was cancelled and had a 6:15 flight out the next morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean for the most part. There was noticeable dirt in the corners of the bathroom and some mold on the ceiling, but I couldn't see any dirtiness on anything I actually had to touch. And at 4am the toilet started making a weird sound that I could hear through the closed door that kept me awake. But at least I was awake early and didn't miss my flight. I'd give the hotel a 3.5 rating if I could.

I was staying Thursday night in preparation for a conference the next day. The shuttle from the airport was only five minutes. The hotel is in great shape and my king bed room on the fourth floor was very clear and spacious. The full breakfast included in the rate was very good. The shuttle to Hertz was also very easy. My conference was over early and the front desk let me use the lobby and the wi-fi before I returned the car for my flight back to Los Angeles.

This hotel was the perfect stay upon returning from Kings Canyon National Park. There are no hotels close to the national park, and limited places to stay within the park unless one is planned six months in advance. This hotel was about one hour west of the Kings Canyon National Park, and was a wonderful respite at the end of a day of touring.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Had to walk or drive a ways to get something to eat. But overall a descent hotel. We ate at Andiamos restaurant that they recommended and we were not disappointed

I've stayed here twice now. The place is in a good spot for my travels. It is clean on the outside and inside. The WiFi signal was strong, but a bit slow. The bed was hard and the pillows were small. I need a big fluffy pillow.

My son and I had spent a week touring Yosemite and journeyed our way back to Fresno for the night before our flight. The Best Western Plus was an excellent choice. It was well appointed, very clean, and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The proximity to the airport gave us time to see some last minute sites during the day, get a good night's sleep and be at the airport quickly. I would highly recommend this location.

We heard Fresno is not the safest of cities. We felt very safe here at the hotel. The hotel was awesome with friendly staff. Our room had two issues which we notified the hotel desk of. The breakfast was typical but satisfying.

This place is really nice- very squeaky clean. The beds were very comfortable. Towels and linens were crisp and clean. The room was great! I wish we would have had more time to enjoy it! Also, the staff was very kind and helpful, and friendly! There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

I called for the shuttle as soon as I got off the plane. The person who answered the phone told me exactly where to go to wait for the shuttle.Only had carry-on luggage. By the time I made it to the waiting area the shuttle was coming up the driveway. At the hotel, check in staff were fast and friendly. My room was clean and amenities were all up to date and working. I encountered the same hotel room keepers 2 days in a row. Also friendly and remembered me from the day before. I will definitely come back for future visits

Very pleased with all aspects of our stay at this property. We were greeted by helpful, friendly staff who made excellent dining suggestion. During our overnight stay at this hotel I was pleased to see they had a well maintained pool. We arrived early in the day so I had time to relax then go swimming. The water was crystal clear and just the right temperature, I assumed heated by the sun. There were plenty of chairs and some seating under umbrellas. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable. The staff was helpful and there was a Starbucks just a few steps away.

Let me start of with stating the number one fact Gladys ! She has really great customer service I will never forget her !!! the best service i ever received :) It was a Saturday morning freaking out after getting a notification that my check in was at 12 p.m take in mind i was getting drop off. Driving from Los Angeles from 4 a.m thinking i would be able to check in right away. Once i got the notification that i wont be able to check in until 12 p.m I called right away to Best Western and Glady answer I told gladys i was so tired and i couldnt believe checkin time was at 12. Glady right away listen to my concerns and stated once you get here i will try my best to get you a room after 4 hours of driving and finally arrived i got greeted by Gladys i told her i called not that long ago as she seen me yawn and extremely tired she right away was able to get me a room a really nice room :) Multitasking calls and guest walking in all at the same time . Not just that but she oversuceed in her customer service area she personally recommended me local places around fresno. thank you for everything that day :)

We needed a place to stay that was close to the Fresno airport. This hotel is just a block or two away. Additionally, the staff, personnel and shuttle drivers were all professional, courteous, and helpful. The room and facilities were clean and neat, the hotel is right next door to a Quiznos and a Starbucks, but the sandwich we ordered in the bar was excellent as was the service. The only negative is the location, although, if you are flyin g in or out of Fresno, the location of this hotel is excellent.

We always like to stay near the airport when we have a morning flight back home and this one was perfect. A clean, quiet hotel with super easy access to the rental car return. The breakfast was also very good which kept us from having to find a restaurant before going to the airport.

Stayed here for one night before an early flight. The hotel is practically across the street from the airport and there is a free shuttle to the terminal that runs 24 hours a day. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is free basic breakfast beginning at 6 AM. Unfortunately, there isn't much in terms of dinner options surrounding the hotel so eat before you arrive. This hotel served our needs perfectly and did so at a reasonable price.

I have really had good luck sticking to BW when traveling the past few years for business. This location was as expected, super convenient location right by the airport. The hotel was clean and well taken care of. I always like when their is a Starbucks right next door, just too used to working out of Starbucks but always feel at home and love their fast free wifi. Will most certainly stay here again next month when I am back in Fresno. The staff was really helpful especially Gladyz who is as good as it gets.

This Best Western is so close to the airport it is "walking distance", perhaps 1 to 1.5 km. Everything worked, very clean, great friendly and helpful staff. If you are in Fresno on business, this is a perfect place to stay. For families on holiday, its family friendly too.

What's amazing about this place is that even though it's across the street from the airport, I don't recall ever hearing one plane flying over head. That's because it's not under the path of the planes. So it's both very convenient and quiet. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the rooms are clean and well apportioned.

The only problem I had, was a big one, The a/c unit was extremely loud and kicked off and on in a malfunctioning and piercing way, all night long. I got no sleep. Other than that, our stay was great. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Breakfast gave us options, and the staff was very accommodating.

Stayed one night as a lay-over coming from the National Parks. Found this hotel to be very good, with the Best location to the Fresno Airport( about a 1 minute drive). Used the swimming pool, business center, laundry room, and breakfast in the morning. All facilities clean and in good condition. Room and bedding very clean and in good order. Did have the a/c breaker in our room go out (it was 109 degrees in Fresno!); problem was fixed in a matter our minutes! Very polite and professional maintenance man and front desk (Gladys). Excellent value, great location. Definitely would stay again.

I have stayed here twice for business trips. I usually do not do reviews but the last hotel I stayed at in Fresno was awful so I wanted to make sure Best Western was recognized. The hotel and rooms were very clean and air condition throughout the hotel. The pool and fitness center looked nice even though I did not use them. The staff was very helpful, pleasant and if you needed anything they responded right away. They offer a shuttle within a 5 mile radius. Very prompt picking you up at the airport or taking you to the airport. The have a nice continental breakfast. I am gluten free and felt like I had several options that would be safe. The coffee is good too! Fridge in every room and microwave on each floor by the ice machine.

I really enjoyed my stay @ the Best Western Hotel Plus. The staff was extremely courteous, the complimentary breakfast was phenomenal, & I enjoyed using the exercise room. I also enjoyed hanging out @ the pool. I can't wait to go back!

For someone traveling without a personal vehicle this was the perfect place to stay. Breakfast is provided, and they have 24 hour shuttle to nearby airport, where not only can you go by air but also catch city bus, YARTS (Yosemite Area Transportation Service) or Big Trees Transit shuttle service to Kings Canyon. There are a couple of fast food options adjacent to the hotel. The hotel is recently remodeled and very nice and the staff is great.

I stay at hotels all over the USA as part of my business. This location is convenient to the Fresno airport, clean, safe, with an exceptional staff that makes you feel right at home. The rooms are clean, though the air conditioners need updating. The neighborhood is uncharacteristically safe for being so close to the airport. The staff deserves special mention. They are well-trained and ready to go above and beyond to make your stay a comfortable one. I'm on an extended stay here at the moment of this review and would recommend it to anyone.

My company puts us up at this hotel and I come here way too often. The van a/c in the back has been broken for months now and even with complaints, management is not doing anything about it. Night time is still hot at 90 degrees but the day time is miserable being trapped in a hot van although it's only a 5 min van ride. I wanted an even numbered room at sign in. At first Daisy said she doesn't have any more. When I suggested what about the rooms that are assigned to my colleagues coming later, she finally switched my room and asked what's wrong with the odd numbered rooms? I said I'm just very sensitive to the noise on the road. I informed my colleagues who were not aware that we don't get wake up calls ever here, so set your own. Daisy said that we do. I said well, I have never gotten one the last few months I've been here. Surely enough, one of my colleague who set one up just in case, did not get one this morning. But somehow, Daisy managed to set one up for my room at 5AM in the middle of my sleep when I didn't even request one. Not cool!

I have to say I have never seen such amazing customer service. Jo-Ann and Melissa for working the front desk. I had a charge of $500 that I found on my credit card that should have been charged to a business account. We were having problems finding it or that I even checked in the hotel on the dates given. After feverishly searching they found my last name spelled totally different but found the charge and put it on the right account. Gotta hand it to these girls they will do anything to help a patron of the hotel. Hotels need to have more people like this serving their guests. On the flip side of this review rooms are great and clean pool is wonderful and location cannot be beat especially when traveling. Please come and visit these girls and hopefully you will have the same great experience that I have. I will continue to stay here for business for the next 3 months happily

We flew late into Fresno from NJ, on our way to Yosemite and needed a place to spend the night. After reading TripAdvisor reviews we decided to stay at the Best Western and were glad we did. After a rough flight, the people working the front desk were friendly, helpful and professional. and sympathetic. The complimentary breakfast was superior to what I've experienced at other venues. The bed and room were very good. We liked it so much we stayed a night the following week on our way home. The free shuttle service to the airport (you could walk there in 10 min and the area is fine) was very convenient. But mostly we liked it b/c we dealt with terrific people

We stayed at the hotel one night on the way to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The room was very clean, large enough for 4 and had comfortable beds. The included breakfast was very good with a large selection. I was even able to get a beer in the lobby at 10pm. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy access to and from airport. Free airport shuttle, Free simple breakfast, they'll even make you a lunch/to go bag if you leave prior to breakfast time. They even have a small bar in the lounge area. Clean rooms, Quiet, nice pool and jaquzi. I'll stay there again.

We just stayed this week at this property. We were in town for a few days in Yosemite and we flew in and out of Fresno. This hotel is a perfect spot to stay at if you are catching a flight the next day. They have a free airport shuttle, and have morning breakfast and an afternoon happy hour in the lobby. The front desk staff is young, upbeat and friendly. The rooms are standard but they are comfortable, air conditioned and clean. There are not many options for eating right out the hotel lobby door, but there is a Starbucks close by, and about 2 miles away there is a shopping mall of sorts with several options to choose from.

I took my son and daughter on a backpacking vacation, and our way back home I felt very tired to try to make the six hour drive back home. I checked into the Best Western Fresno-airport hotel. It seemed clean and the people seemed nice. I brought all of our three backpacks into the hotel, but left a few items inside my glove box. That evening someone broke into my car that was parked near the front entrance of the hotel. They stole my son's asthma inhalers, my small video camera, two Midland radios, my buck knife, and tried to rip the DVD player out of the ceiling of my SUV. My car was totally rummaged through. My CD's were strewn everywhere, glove box open, clothes thrown all over the seats. Our entire backpacking vacation was recorded on that video camera that was taken out of my glove box. When I spoke to Noy, the Manager, all she could say to me was that she was sorry. She checked the surveillance video and discovered that my car was NOT the only car that was tampered with. There was a guy in a hoodie going from car to car. So, where is the hotel security? If you park your vehicle right by the front door one would think it is relatively safe. But, it is not at this hotel. The manager told me they had security who watches the cars. How difficult can it be to stand by the front door and watch the cars? How can someone miss a person in a hoodie going from car to car? The personnel at this hotel do not care, otherwise the cars would be watched better. If your vehicle is vandalized and items stolen from your car all you are going to get is a “Sorry” although it happened on THEIR property. No reimbursement. Nothing. They will tell you they are looking into it. Take my advice-DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. There are safer clean hotels.

We spent Monday night, June 6, 2016, at this hotel. It is the third time in the past nine months that my wife & I have stayed here. It is unbelievably close to Fresno International Airport! We call the front desk as soon as we get off of the plane and are picked up by their free shuttle bus 10 minutes later for the brief, 1/2 mile trip to the hotel. The staff here, to include the shuttle bus drivers, have always been fantastic. This time we had the opportunity to chat with the bartender in the lobby bar for an hour or so. Her name was Jennie (I think that's how she spelled it) She was extremely personable and treated us like royalty! We will continue to stay here every time our travels take us to Fresno!

It was not comfortable at all. The air conditioner was noisy, the TV Remote volume did not work, bed stiff and the pillows are not standard size. BUT the breakfast was good - it had fresh fruit and the staff was very very nice! I could stay here a night but I was not able to rest well.

My wife and I, having had an early flight departure from Fresno on June 2, wanted to position ourselves near the airport the night prior to our flight. I chose the Best Western based on Trip Advisor recommendations, and was not disappointed. The facility was minutes away from the airport, offered a free shuttle, was clean, and affordable. They offered a full continental breakfast starting at 6am. Even though we needed to take the 6am shuttle, they still gave us early access to the breakfast so we wouldn't leave the hotel hungary. Staff was also helpful in recommending dinner and sightseeing options in the local area.

The hotel was relatively new. located next to the airport, but sound proofed to be quiet. the room was well appointed with the exception of the ac unit which was located in the wall rather than central air. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom fine. the real upscale feature of this hotel is its staff. they could not do enough to help us. one example of many: at breakfast (free) I was told that service would stop in about a half hour. I'm a late riser. seeing I was alone and undecided what to do with news, the waitperson asked if my wife was coming down. I said she was asleep still. the staffer immediately offered to put together a tray so she could have something later. she did and even covered it with plastic wrap to keep it fresh. when my wife appeared, she was greeted and asked if she wanted anything else. That's real customer care in my book! the entire staff was like that and I highly recommend the hotel if you are passing through the Fresno airport. we were on our way to Yosemite.

We stayed at this great hotel as we have many times in the past unfortunately we were attending my mother's funeral. However we received such wonderful support from staff members in our time of grief they gave comfort in a difficult time. With special thanks to long time friends Sondra and Noy. With their attention to detail in making our stay as painless as possible in our situation. We appreciate their kindness and generosity in sending a card and flowers to our room.

This is an absolutely wonderful hotel. The staff, from management, desk staff, housekeeping, breakfast personnel are the most friendly, helpful and professional people I have ever encountered in my 60+ years of traveling. The two personnel who check me in, Dion and Jo-Ann, deserve special recognition. They displayed an attitude and created an atmosphere that made me look forward to our 5 day stay. My wife is on continuous oxygen and every staff we had contact asked if there was something they could do to help her. The rooms are nice size and very comfortable. The breakfast and the breakfast staff were great. It is obvious that exceptionalPR is their motto. The hotel is relatively new and kept in outstanding condition. This was our first time staying at this hotel, but on my return trips to Fresno, there will be no question on where we will stay.

We were in Fresno for my son's wedding and stayed 4 nights in the Hotel. Our group spent a lot of time in the lobby/breakfast area catching up with old friends and meeting new friends. The customer service was the best!!!!! From the front desk staff to the breakfast buffet staff, they couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. They were available to answer any questions and meet our every need. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a great variety of choices. The rooms were clean/nice. Should we find ourselves in Fresno in the future, we will definitely stay at the Best Western Airport Hotel.

Several of us from both sides of a wedding stayed here. The staff was exceptional. The guy who picked us up at the airport was just great. Those behind the desk were always helpful. The person "running" breakfast was always on top of everything, from getting what we needed, before we realized we needed it, to keeping our tables cleared and helping pull tables together. Fresno was a bit warm for me, but if I ever go back I will certainly be at this hotel. The rooms were clean, and nice. My wife likes having the sink inside the bathroom as opposed to outside and that was the case here. Juts an excellent time, excellent wedding, great time with family and friends and it seemed everyone there at the Best Western was doing anything they could (Not just anything they had to) to make our stay special. My Thanks to everyone I saw there!! My only regret is we did not know we could tip the Breakfast lady till the end, may have been some of us who did not tip her because we didn't realize we could - That would be the only reason not to.

This hotel was clean, the front desk clerks were friendly, informative and proficient, and we slept well before our early flight out of Fresno. To me, that says a lot. The room was very comfortable. The shuttle service got us to the airport at the designated time.

We finished our vacation at Yosemite and needed a hotel close to the airport. Our flight was leaving at 6:00 am and we needed somewhere close. We have always had good luck with Best Western Plus hotels so we booked our nights lodging. The desk clerk was very polite and helpful. We would definitely recommend this BW location.

I travel weekly with my job and stay at this hotel regularly.. I'm used to the staff and service here and have had exceptional service always. My stay on May 31st was very different. I went downstairs to the bar to have a couple drinks and dinner. The bartender I believe was named Jenny. She seemed sweet yet her service and care for her customers was absolutely terrible.. She had limited knowledge of the products they served(couldn't even tell me if they had an IPA or what that was.) After ordering a couple drinks, I wanted the bill. Well that took about 20 minutes for her to show up again. Almost just left without paying as I was tired and frustrated with the wait. After asking around I've heard similar stories of this service. I was appalled as I'm not used to this here. I rarely review hotels but this was needs. The other bartender/server at this hotel is named Lisa and is amazing(night and day.) Not just at hotels but all bars and restaurants combined throughout my years of travel, I have never met nor been served by a more competent and sweet person. Lisa goes above and beyond her job requirements to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. I never look forward to going to another hotel but here, I can enjoy myself and other people when Lisa is around. Best Western Fresno Airport, Do not just take it from me as a regular business traveler but from countless other sources that the employees we deal with directly at this hotel directly impact our view and relation with the hotel chain. We've had decent luck with front desk staff but Lisa is one of the major reasons we are here for the long haul. I wish she could serve us 5 days a week. I will not be ordering drinks or food unless she is serving. I give Lisa 100 stars but your other staff 1 per this review thank you..

I love the staff and service. I love Best Western Hotels. It's the only Hotel I consider first in booking a Hotel. I'm disappointed that there is NO Best Western Hotel in Windsor Locks, Hartford, CT. There used to be one. What happened??

This was the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed. The staff was very accommodating. From check in to check out they were very helpful. While we were eating the delicious breakfast, the hostess asked us what we were playing to do that day. We told her we were going to Sequoia National Park. She packed us a snack with 2 apples, 2 oranges, and 2 granola bars; brought it to the table and told us to enjoy our day. The desk attendant asked if we needed a map of the park and told us the easiest way to get there. Oh, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The hotel was clean and nice. There was a slight key problem at check-in but it was taken care of.. I didn't quite see what made it a Plus, It seemed more like a Best Western which are also very nice. I thought it was a great location to stay for our trip to Yellowstone. I may do it again

Beautiful hotel right next to the airport. Checking in was efficient and we were able to get a room early. The staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended and I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

They placed me on the room I requested, staff was very helpful and breakfast is excellent. One day it was scrambled eggs and country potatoes, where you could add cheese, lettuce, and fresh salsa. The next day they had scrambled eggs and sausage, corn beef, and also cheese and salsa. Besides that oatmeal, hard boil eggs, fresh made waffles, croissants, fresh cut fruit, cereals, etc. I put 4 because I had problems printing, but Noy and another lady helped me two different times. They did not have hair dryer in the room. or a microwave. They only have one on each floor. Bed was comfortable, room was nice and clean too.

Our stay was great at the beginning and at the end of our trip. We were greeted warmly at the desk by Lisa, she went above and beyond asking about our travel plans with great enthusiasm. At the end of our vacation we spent our last night at Best Western Fresno airport. Lisa was the bar tender, she asked all about our trip and our opinion about where we stayed. It was like coming to see a friend. The entire hotel was spotless and beautifully decorated. We are rewards members, because we don't want to take anymore chances where we stay. Thanks for being a great place to stay. Looking forward to our next vacation, Donnie and Tammie

Went to fresno for a show and stayed here. The check in staff was excellent and friendly, our room wasn't ready when we arrived but they offered us some things for free. And the room was clean and spacious. Did expect this from a best western.

Wonderful front desk clerk the evening of our arrival. Attitudinal desk clerk upon the morning of our departure. My wife and I were celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary, and she had presented me with an anniversary card at breakfast. Being locked out of our room because the hotel had been experiencing this problem started my wife and the morning desk clerk on the road to a telephonic confrontation. Desk clerk called our room back and wanted to continue her snit by denigrating my wife. This was the wrong approach to a man who was celebrating his 33rd anniversary. I listened for a few moments and told the desk clerk that I had listened to enough, but she kept laying it on. I hung up. Upon checkout, the morning desk clerk wanted to continue the confrontation at the check out desk, but my wife sensibly walked away as the front desk clerk tried to re-engage her.

I had an unexpected business trip to Fresno and stayed at the Best Western Plus. I didn't expect much from the hotel but was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and accommodating staff. The girl at the front desk, Lisa, was very helpful with recommendations for dinner and local attractions. Usually I have time to research the areas I'm going to but This trip was last minute. I will certainly plan on staying here again on my next trip.

Really enjoyed my stay! Breakfast was very convenient. I highly recommend this place anytime in Fresno for any reason right place comfortable room and the bar in the lobby was very welcoming and came in is a very convenient commodity

The staff is great, the lobby bar is fabulous (especially Lisa, the hostess/ bar tender). Great atmosphere! Nice breakfast layout. It is also just minutes from the airport .Nice rooms, quiet, and 24 hour shuttle.

Stayed here during a recent business trip to the region. During previous trips to the area I stayed at the BW Plus at 400 W Shaw but switched to to this location after looking into the amenities at the BW Plus Airport. The check in experience was very positive with the front desk being extremely friendly and helpful. The dining/bar area is adjacent to the front lobby, functioning as a breakfast area in the AM and a bar in the evening. The breakfast is better than what is served at the other BW Plus facility. Given that it is prepared without benefit of a stove, I am impressed. During the evenings the area is used as a full bar with just about any adult beverage available for a reasonable price. I stayed in a one room suite and found it superior in size and amenities to the other BW facility nearby. However, the rooms have smaller windows so are a bit darker and the ceilings are a bit lower due to the building being older. NOTE: This property is across the street from the airport so request a room on the back side of the building to minimize noise. Also, this hotel is primary location used by flight crews and they seem to get priority from the staff, likely due to their frequent stays there. During my visit, flight crews basically took over the lounge and the attention of the bartender. Service is still efficient but disinterested at best. The rest of the staff there was super nice and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I was satisfied with the service.

Great staff on site and helpful with place to eat. The room was comfortable and clean. Starbucks is in the same parking lot and a gas station for quick food supplies are there. Small bar on site if you don't want to go out. Great airport hotel with a shuttle!

I stayed here after a cancelled flight at the Fresno airport. The desk staff was so friendly and helpful, the shuttle came in just a few minutes. Even offered transportation to a mall to spend the afternoon. Very clean, nicely decorated rooms, helpful and friendly staff. I'd recommend this property.

My daughters and I just spent two nights here. The property was in great shape, clean, well-lit, up-to-date and about thirty feet from a Starbucks. We used the pool and hot tub and both were in perfect condition, especially for a hotel pool - flowers, grass, comfortable seats, shade umbrellas, stacks of towels. People were even barbecuing. Above all I was happy with the staff - extremely professional, friendly, helpful, quick and good at their jobs. Any question or need we had was addressed immediately and successfully. This spot exceeded expectations and we will stay here from now on every time we are in Fresno for family visits.

Room was clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I had trouble with the room key, because I wasn't use to that type of key. The front desk people were very patience assisting me. Breakfast was very good, nice selection of food. Stayed here because weather was going to be near 90 going to use the pool, the water was really cold, used the spa later in the evening, which was nice. They have a little bar, bartender very nice, vermouth for a martini.Not told a $25 incidentals charge on my card,not on bill but will be credited back. Will stay here again. Overall very nice hotel.

We flew in for the weekend to attend a funeral. They have very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was the usual. One bad thing is they need to replace their ironing board. It was old and wouldn't stand straight when ironing.
