Best Western Plus Concordville Hotel

It was a very good experience. Staff was very freindly. The hotel felt classy and spacious. My only complaint is that that the heater was noisy. We were still able to sleep well, so it's tolerable. The breakfast offered the averages choices. There was lots of seating and the area was clean. We plan to stay there again.

My adult daughter and I just returned from a one night trip to visit Longwood Gardens. We decided to stay at the Best Western Concordville because they offer a package with a discount for Longwood Gardens. We had a very nice stay and would definitely stay here again. The staff was very attentive and helpful, particularly Meg Rowe, the general manager. The room was spacious and clean and the hotel overall has a very nice ambiance. We also enjoyed a swim in the pool. A very refreshing stay!

We were so impessed with the lobby of this hotel. The whole hotel was very well designed and decorated. Our room was much larger than expected, the breakfast fresh and hot. Highly recommend this hotel over other brands in the area.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and I really enjoyed the cleanliness, staff's good attitud and also the breakfast. I should throuly congrat the management and staff. I would definitely come back here if I visit this town. Keep up the good work!

Best Western is not normally my first pick for hotels, but this one had the best reviews in the area, and the reviews aren't wrong. Very comfortable, spacious, and clean room, excellent breakfast room and food. Good location near a lot of restaurants, a short drive from museums in PA and DE.

I just turned 43 and me and my lady have 3 kids with disabilities so we rarely have any time to ourselves so it was nice to be at a hotel and have that feeling of being on vacation even though we only live less than 10 miles away. The room was nice and clean. The pool was nice and warm. the lounge want really much going on there and drink wasn't really good either but bartender was very nice. most the staff was quiet for most part so couldn't really get a read on them. Meg was really nice at checkout and invited us back. we certainly will let others know it's a good spot to stay and we will be back as well.

This was our second stay at this hotel for a Christmas visit to the area with our grandchildren. The staff was welcoming and took care to make sure everything was acceptable for us, from the dinner, to breakfast, to our room. We will definitely stay here again, especially as a repeat for a Christmas visit to the Brandywine area. Rooms are updated and very clean, and provide a quiet and pleasant atmosphere.

Except for check-in, everything was perfect. The rooms were spacious, clean, up-to-date, and everything worked -- everything! The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever had at a motel. Great selection, spacious and clean environment. Again, except for the lengthy, painful check-in process -- everything was perfect, and the price was a bargain. Our entire party of six all felt the same way and I enjoyed the pats-on-the-back for making the reservations. I would highly recommend this motel and would absolutely come back again when in the area.

This was one of the cleanest and well run hotels I have ever been to. The breakfast area was huge and well run. Room prices were economical and rooms were clean and spacious. The parking was free. The restaurant inside was great.

I was truly satisfied with the choice to stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful. The rooms and breakfast area were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. There was a good combo of hot and cold food items. There was ample parking space. Would definitely stay again.

Meant to be at Hampton Inn across street but lived this more. Breakfast was fabulous, water feature was soothing. There was everything you could want to eat for breakfast, Coffee, tea, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, lots of bread choices.

This hotel is amazing and a good value. The room was awesome. The pool water was cool and there is no hot tub. That is the only negative. Breakfast could have a few more choices (like biscuits and gravy). We enjoyed our stay-a top hotel!

The staff was so helpful and friendly. They truly gave me a wonderful experience with all that I needed during my trip. They also offwr a tram service which i was fortunate enough to be able to use and socialize with the wonderful staff as well. The room was also very clean and comfortable.

Very good hotel for a few nights easy access to roads including I-95 and lots of local shops. Ok breakfast included but could be better. Nice staff and lots of parking but not of a steep slope from parking to entrance.

The room itself was clean. but the air conditioner throughout the night was so noisy that it disrupted our sleep. Also, the windows do not close from the inside, which is just ridiculous. We will not be staying there again.

I was really impressed with this location. The service was amazing. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The room was very clean and cozy. The soap was vegan friendly and the smell was everything. This place is my secret hideaway and only 15 minutes away from Longwood Garden.

Beautiful hotel, super clean and very quiet. Far enough away from Philadelphia but not too far. The breakfast was good too. Our flight was delayed so we didn't arrive at the hotel until 12:30AM. There was someone at the front desk ready to check us in quickly so we could get some sleep.

This hotel is a gem. It is all the things you want. Safe area. Beautiful grounds, clean inside and nice spacious rooms. Very nice place to stay. We stumbled upon it when our power went out for a few days; but could not have found a better place to stay away from home. Friendly staff. Great breakfast with lots of section. Very reasonable in price. You would not expect this level of hotel for this price point. Loved it.

Enjoyed a one night stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool , game room, and fitness center. There were a lot of choices at breakfast. Nice location near restaurants and area attractions. Couldn't ask for anything more.

The room was fine, very clean, property pleasant, only a mile fromNewlin Grist Mill, near Longwood and Brandywine Museum. Lovely gazebo, pool, plenty of parking, basic free breakfast, plus lots of food available if you are hungry.

We were in town visiting a sick relative in the hospital. We were surprised by the beauty of the accomodations for the price but were greeting with a clogged sink and a malfunctioning toilet. However, manager Meg was quick to upgrade us to a suite which was a much appreciated bright spot during an otherwise somber visit. Thanks Meg! Also, I loved the breakfast. It was fairly standard hotel fair, but the airy space made the morning meal calm.

Relatively new hotel offering rooms (including breakfast) at a great price. The self-serve breakfast was exceptional! At this time, everything is being done well here, except the Wi- Fi was a little problematic. Strongly recommend!

Great hotel-had an arcade, a pool and a gym!! Even had breakfast with great offerings as long as you get up early (closes at 9am) Al of the staff was very friendly, all rooms had a fridge and microwave!! They even had a sundry room with frozen meals, ice cream, drinks, and toiletries!!

Great location, great facility, great staff and great customer service. If in the area again will not hesitate to go back. Loved the decor, the ease and the exterior look. The rooms were very decent and clean. Nothing I can complain about. Wish I had more time to enjoy the pool.

This was one of the nicest hotels I have every stayed. It was immaculate, the large indoor pool was clean and the water was crystal clear. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!

This is such a nice hotel. The room was large and comfortable, and they served a hot breakfast. Considering the other hotels in the area, this is clearly the best value. I can't speak to the amenities because I didn't use them, but the accommodations were great.

So many positive things to say about my stay here To start, kudos to Best Western for running a promotion for their loyal members whereupon staying two nights you get a free one. That free night comprised our stay at this location and it turned out to be a memorable one. Cory, at the front desk, was phenomenal. We arrived early, and he helped us with check-in and was extremely gracious in making certain our stay began on the right note. As a first impression, we were very impressed with the ease of check-in that Cory provided. We really enjoyed our room on the third floor. It was spacious and clean and the king-sized bed was firm and comfortable. There was a large refrigerator in the room as well as a Keuring coffee maker. If there was one negative about the room it was that you couldn't close the dark curtains to block out any light coming into the room. There were drawn curtains, but they were light and sheer. There was no way to completely darken the room or prevent sunlight from coming in the early morning. Not a huge drawback, but was sort of surprised by that. Breakfast was okay. It's on par with what I expect from brands like this including Hampton Inn. It was a mixture of hot and cold items. The eggs were not very good. I think they were powdered. However, there was hot sausage, hash browns, and even a nifty new machine I had been reading about in tech news that automatically made pancakes in front of you. Cold items included cereal, fruit, bagels, and toppings. I really enjoyed the nice open area that allowed you to enjoy breakfast. It's my understanding from what I read that in early 2023 the breakfast is going to be revamped to include a chef that makes omelets to order. So, we are looking forward to that when we return in April. The lobby gives an impression of being an upscaled Best Western with its marble decor and staircase. You didn't get the impression that you were walking into an old establishment. I was very impressed with the look and feel of the hotel. And, that positive impression went even further as we ventured onto the lower floor to see a very modern fitness room, an impressive pool area, and...wait for this...a top-notch for kids with all sorts of automated games. This was one of the best hotels stays we have had in a while. I would highly recommend this location.

Our recent stay at the West Chester (PA) Best Western Plus Hotel pleasant, relaxing, and enjoyable. The hotel was nicely located, the exterior was pleasant-looking, and clean, and the hotel's interior was very attractive clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. She was pleasant and accommodating. A number of nice shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Much appreciation to hotel staff!

I booked this hotel after reading reviews and it did not disappoint. My husband and I went to the area to see the holiday display at Longwood Gardens and booked this hotel because it was close by, had great reviews, and sold untimed Longwood tickets. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff members were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is standard for a free hotel breakfast.

Hotel in itself is very nice. It actually looks like something out of a hallmark movie. The room was really clean, the amenities at this hotel are on point. Arcade, basketball court, plenty of parking, and a nice pool. When I checked in the agent was very short, rude and no personality. Maybe he had a bad night? So I talk to another agent at the front desk the next afternoon and he was extremely nice and pleasant. He saw my food bags and even asked if i needed plasticware. Very thoughtful! I asked him about the checkout time and the amenities. I asked if I could pay for late checkout and he let me know they don't offer it on fridays and Saturday's. Fair enough. Checkout at noon. Then on my last day I get a phone call at 1125 am from a very condescending person at the hotel asking if I was planning on extending my stay because I was past checkout time. The time on the doors literally says 12, I asked the agent if checkout was 12, and when I mentioned this to the lady, she responds with "ma'am you agreed and signed that checkout was 11 am when you checked in." There is truth to that, but I checked in at 1230am after my flight was late and the agent at the counter that night was very unpleasant and I just wanted to get away from that negative energy. Then she proceeds to tell me I will charged for staying over. I have no problem paying but she literally acted like I was trying to steal an time from the hotel. She also asked me who the person I talked to was because he should know better. I described him and she said she'd follow up. I feel horrible because I didn't want to get anyone in trouble I was explaining the misunderstanding. When I got the the counter and looked at her face to face her tone softened and she was a completely different person and told me all of it was no big deal I was out before noon. WTF?! Her tone was soft and talking very quietly. On the phone she was so loud abs condescending that my friend who was with me could hear her through the phone. I find this whole thing unfortunate because I was looking for a nice hotel for when I am visiting the area (which is once to twice a month for several days each trip.) I have status at Marriott and Hilton, so I guess I'll be staying there instead. I'm a manager at a company that specializes in travel and hospitality, and if I treated anyone this way I'd have complaints to corporate and the customers would go elsewhere to get better treatment.

We had travelled to the area to see A Longwood Christmas at Longwood Gardens, and we decided to stay overnight so we could take in a few other attractions. Our stay at this hotel definitely contributed to the overall great experience we had. It is located less than ten miles from Longwood. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I could tell that I was in a place where the management and staff take pride in what they offer and how it is presented. There is polished marble everywhere. Over the front desk is a curved balcony that is actually the sitting area for breakfast. There is a beautiful staircase made entirely out of marble that leads to this balcony. There is a great view of the lobby from there. The lobby has two sitting areas that are cozy and inviting, and they are decorated with classy accents. Because of the holiday season, the lobby was also decorated with a Christmas tree, poinsettas, evergreen garland, and various holiday statues and figures. Hanging above is a chandelier. Elegant is the word that comes to my mind to describe it all. Outside there is a gazebo surrounded by sculpted bushes and decorative rocks, with a small stream that trickles its way into a small pond. There is also a basketball court on site. In front of the hotel is a beautiful fountain. We stayed in a king suite on the third floor. Our bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. The room was spacious and welcoming, and it had a pleasant and warm feel to it. It was immaculately maintained, with clear attention to detail by the cleaning staff such as the bathroom towels being folded in an attractive way and the tissues being arranged to look like a flower in bloom in their box. The toiletries are the Pharmacopia brand. They have a pleasant citrus scent, and they are clearly a high-quality product. The bathroom, which is also quite spacious, has a polished marble sink, and the shower stall is made from beautiful tiles and is glass enclosed. Just a few steps from our suite there is an overlook to the breakfast sitting area. As with the overlook to the lobby, it was a great view! The breakfast that was included with our stay was very satisfying. For the hot offering there were two kinds of omelets, sausage, and hash browns. They had muffins, bagels, toast, English muffins, cut up fresh fruit, apples, cereal, and oatmeal. There is a device that makes pancakes while you watch! I'm sure that children would find it delightful, and it has the added benefit of ensuring fresh pancakes. There was milk, juice, coffee, tea, and even a Cappuccino maker. Our whole breakfast experience again spoke to me of great attention to detail and the management's desire to provide excellence to their patrons. I commend them for having done such a great job. Check in and check out were seamless, and the hotel staff were very pleasant to interact with. I would absolutely stay here again if we are in the area. I heartily recommend this hotel. I am posting fewer pictures than I normally would because other reviewers have posted plenty of photos of the place, both interior and exterior, and some of mine would be redundant. Upon arrival the staff were extremely friendly and even checked if there were any upgrades available for us. Unfortunately, they were booked but they were more than willing to check. The rooms were very clean and bathrooms fully stocked with product. Our room had a microwave and fridge. There is a small snack shop that is open 24hrs and had a pretty good selection of snacks and frozen foods for a good price. The game room is great! This was 15 mins away to Longwood Gardens which was the purpose of our stay so definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting.

This hotel is very nice. Not ordinary at all. It was decorated very tastefully for Christmas. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom appeared to be recently redone and was very nice. We will definitely be back.

We were very pleased with this hotel from the moment we drove up. It's a pretty building and the entrance/lobby is very lovely, particularly since it was all decorated for Christmas and seasonal holidays. Check in was handled very professionally. Our room was super clean and upgraded nicely. The adjoining restaurant features a good selection, our server was excellent, and the food was well-prepared for a good price. The breakfast (included) was one of the best that we have had at Best Westerns - and we stay at Best Westerns a LOT! Thanks for a good experience.

We picked this hotel because of the reviews. We were going to Winterthru museum for the Christmas Program. We normally stay at a hotel closer to the Delaware Museum but the price has increased dramatically.

This is a very nice, excellently run establishment. I go there every time I'm in the area. Highly recommend. Friendly, hard-working staff; clean rooms; nice breakfast. Can't say enough good things about this place. Reasonably priced to boot.

We enjoyed our king suite, hotel was clean, pool & fire pit areas was inviting and breakfast space was spacious. Staff was very friendly. Having the restaurant - Concordville Inn - directly across the parking lot was a bonus.

We chose the Best Western because it was close to Longwood Gardens. Very clean room and hotel common areas, comfortable beds, friendly staff and good price. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. We would definitely stay there again.

the staff at this hotel was outstanding. They were accommodating to early checkin for our out of state guest, which was all of us! The shuttle service by Sara was on time to and from Terrain! Definitely recommend this hotel for a group!

This place looks nice from the outside and the lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas.. However, that was about all the good we could find. The parking lot is crowded. The public hallway had stained carpet and just looked generally dirty. The room we were in had 2 small beds (We think they were smaller than a full / double). The bathroom was the worst. There was mold/ mildew on the floor behind the toilet and in the grout on the floor by the tub, as well as on the tub walls. The toilet tank had a corner broken off of it, leaving a sharp edge near where the handle to flush was. The cabinet that held the refrigerator had a hinge broken off so that the door did not open without falling off. You could hear road noise when the heater was not on. But when the heater was on, it was really loud and clunky. We had stopped staying in Best Westerns long ago because we had issues like this in most of them but thought we'd try this one since it was close to Longwood Gardens. But we will never come back here.

Recently stayed at Best Western Plus. Gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and professional. Room was clean and ready when I arrived. Breakfast was great. Large variety of coffee and juice. Also, eggs and sausage were delicious. Plenty of parking and the price was right!

The hotel was sufficient however cleanliness could have been better. Dead fly in bed however front office personnel immediately resolved the problem. Furniture in room could be updated and maybe even cleaned better. The door to the refrigerator looked as though someone had spilled something on the door but it was never cleaned.

In town to visit family and stayed here 3 nights. From the moment we checked in it was an excellent stay. The people are so welcoming and professional; everyone we encountered seemed engaged and happy to be there. Our room on the 5th floor was huge, perfectly appointed, spotless. The bed was VERY comfortable too! And the room was very quiet, could not hear any neighbors, no hallway noise, no street noise. Room came with a coffee machine so we could jump start the day. Breakfast was hot buffet with eggs, potatoes (loved these!), a meat, pancake machine, toast, English muffins, bagels, fresh fruit salad, etc… so many options. Good fresh brewed coffee. Everything was So delicious! Plenty of parking. There's a pool and workout room but we didn't have time. There's a restaurant next door at the Inn which is fantastic, highly recommend. We travel a lot, and were so pleasantly surprised with our entire experience at this hotel, from check in to check out! If I were in the area, I'd definitely stay at this Best Western.

Love this hotel, The fresh made omelets, breakfast is very good, rooms are very comfortable, clean and close to the office. I've been staying here for 20 yrs. They never disappoint. The property is very well maintained for an older hotel. I can open my window for some fresh air.

This hotel is affordable, clean and comfortable. It's a great location to shopping centers, restaurants and to major interstate/ highways. There is complimentary breakfast each morning and there's a restaurant on the premises.

After a long drive and a great afternoon & evening at longwood gardens, the BW Concordville hotel was such a treat and relaxing end to the day. Beautiful lobby, great room, and attentive staff. The night there was relaxing and a wonderful end to the busy day.

Always 2 stars or less if you can't provide a couple of water bottles in the room. Really? You waste money on free breakfast - but not potable water. Secondly I tried for a king bed but the sites all said that the king bedrooms would be 329 bucks. For a suburban motel? The double queen was a base of 150. So someone has to explain the gap. Got there and there were exactly 9 cars at the property. Which meant the rooms weren't scarce. Crazy prices for a no frills hotel.

The hotel is very nice. It's clean, the staff is friendly, the rooms are nice. But, the HVAC system bangs on and off and rumbles at about the same decibel level as a jack hammer, so if you want to actually sleep, this isn't the place to do it. When the air turns on, there is a loud bang which sounds like someone is pounding on the door. Then there is a very loud rumbling while it is on and it again bangs loudly before shutting off. If you don't need to sleep at all while you are there it might be ok.

Its a nice spot. Clean, and comfortable. Staff have all been very nice and accommodating Quiet even when near full capacity. I like it there. We've stayed a couple times now, plan on going back soon. Oh, and morning coffee was surprisingly good. Not weak at all. We'll be back.

The heater was loud while it was running every time it came on.we were watching TV you could hear our neighbors like they were in bed with us you could hear every word. I said something to the front desk 4 to 5 times even the next morning that went on till 3 to 4 in the morning. Then we woke up to a dripping sound and the ceiling was leaking I said something to the front desk they said it was nothing they could do while it was raining. Do we at brunch that was 90..00 not worth it came back to the room ceiling still leaking and u can hear our neighbors talking and the loud heater we tried to relax and watch TV but from the loud heater and the dripping noise we couldn't take it wasn't staying another night we left at 3 or 4 pm room 430

Stay here on business quite frequently and you will never be disappointed with their high quality of service, cleanliness of rooms, great breakfast and fantastic staff. These guys always take care of me even at the last minute. Highly recommend this place and this my “go to” place whenever I stay near Boothwyn!

The Concordville was a pleasant stay for two evenings during a wedding we attended. The room was a good size and it was clean, but the beds were very small for double beds. The in-room dining was good but the breakfast was a little disappointing. The staff were very friendly and it was great for a quick day and two night stay.

Great stay (second time) would always stay here when visiting the area, clean, well appointed rooms, competent, very friendly staff and perfectly situated!! Near all local sights (Brandywibe Battlefield, Longwood Gardens, Winterthur), shopping centers and restaurants!

We stay at this hotel for two nights as part of a move. This hotel came up as the cheapest in the area, and offered free breakfast. We were stunned at the size of this hotel and the modern and clean presence. The huge lobby that opens to an upper floor is gorgeous. The rooms We're larger than average and we're comfortable. Updated bathrooms. I highly recommend this hotel over other local chains in the area.

Great price for a two bed room. Fridge, microwave, free breakfast, nice sized bathrooms! Arcade and pool with fire pit outside as well! Great staff, comfy beds. Easy parking front and back. A very well kept up hotel with loads of places to shop and eat at nearby.

I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't realize it was best Western PLUS and the plus definitely meant more. More cleanliness, more space, and more breakfast options. The Front Desk staff was friendly and professional (the only staff I interacted with given I stayed one night). I would definitely stay here again, as I didn't get to explore all the amenities, and hope to find more BW PLUS around the country.

The Concordville Inn and Best Western Concordville were great. There for my daughters wedding reception. Staff at both locations were very friendly and courteous. Everyone commented on how great of a time they had, how clean the hotel was and how great the food was.

Clean and very convenient to every thing in the area. They let us check in early and had a great freshly made breakfast! I highly recommend staying there if you are in the area for business, vacation or sports!

We had an extremely large group of people stay here while attending a wedding at a nearby venue. The staff was super accommodating! The entire hotel was immaculate! The only thing we all agreed was a negative - no vent in the bathroom so showers steamed up the entire room. Highly recommend this hotel for all kinds of needs!

We have stayed in many Best Westerns but this one worked well with our visit to family and locate events. The hotel has a warm and friendly greeting from its appearance to the hotel staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. It's nice that it also has its own restaurant on site. Good assortment of food items offered during the included breakfast. If your planning a trip to Longwood Gardens this hotel is located within a 30 minute easy drive door to door. There is a small but nice pool along with an arcade and fitness center. Everything is well lit and clean with amazing decor. And to add one more item to the list, out side there is a new basketball court with giant checkers and a shuffle board. My son and I will be back to stay another time and check out some other other adventures in the area.

I don't usually leave reviews but this hotel was great! Everyone who worked at the front desk was so friendly and helpful! The room was simple but this isn't a 5 star hotel so I didn't expect anything fancy but it was CLEAN and that's most important! The pool was awesome! The hotel itself is very beautiful! AND it's affordable! My only qualm, be it small and pretty uncontrollable, is that the AC is a bit loud when it kicks on and off. Wouldn't bother a lot of people but I have a 4 month old who didn't love hearing it kick on and off. But that's a baby for you! :) Absolutely recommend!

This hotel was very nice. Alot to do if you have kids . Lots of nearby shops and restaurants. Only thing was my ac unit in the room was loud when it was running. Would definitely stay here again . Was only 10 minutes from the venue for baseball.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks with a break over in-between weekend. 1. Water was not refilled in the toilet after flushing in the room for 1st week. Sometimes it worked but I frequently had to open the water tank cover to manually activate the refill valve. 2. Many rooms including my room are exposed to the space sharing restaurant and I woke up earlier than I planned because of food smell. The quality and diversity of breakfast food itself were disappointing. The fruit cocktail had gone one morning, and the sausage and potato were not cooked properly a few times. Pancake machine did not work from time to time. 3. I wondered why room housekeeping was not implemented for first a few days. I heard from reception that housekeeping is done every 4 days when I asked after a few days. This is a hotel policy that I have never experienced before. If a special policy exists for any reason, it should be informed in advance and explained properly with reasonable reasons. 4. I felt embarrassed and even humiliated by one of receptionists' unkind and unreasonable remark and behaviour. 5. Location is very bad. If you are international traveller without car, think again about choosing this hotel. 6. I used a contract between the company I visited and the hotel for the 2 weeks but booked for myself for fist night. It was more than $300 and it was not worth it at all. I would never have chosen the hotel if there had not been for the discounted contract.

From the moment, we stepped into the hotel every wish was met. We used the Concordville for my sons wedding accommodations. I can't even begin to tell you the hospitality we received was like we were at the waldorf. Meg knocked it out of the park! She helped me when we had to arrage earlier arrivals due to the airline crisis, to guest coming in on red eyes and helping them get checked in. Meg helped us with managing all the rooms and floors, she helped with welcome bags, the use of the ball room to extra ice buckets. Inside joke. Lol The breakfast was delicious and the pancake maker that amused us all. The amazing Luis attending all of our needs at breakfast and made sure we had coffee! To Meg again who made sure we had everything for all the groomsmen. The quality of service we received was beyond imaginable. Everything was taken care of, we would call and we would immediately have what we needed. We loved working with Brooke and the other gentlemen at the front desk but unfortunately can't remember their names. Every housekeeper who made sure we had towels, coffee and anything else we needed. This hotel won't disappoint you they went above and beyond! Not one person at the hotel had a bad attitude they all worked so well together, you can tell that they were really a team! Thanks again Meg for being the best!!!!

Just got home form a stay at this hotel. I cannot recommend it enough. The front desk staff are excellent and super attentive. Since we booked through a block rate, they gave our group a meeting room to eat and hang out in. The grounds are very pretty and they have a lot of areas to sit and relax or play games like horseshoes and basketball. They have a great complimentary buffet breakfast in the mornings. Our rooms were very clean and nicely sized. The location is wonderful as well. There were many restaurants and stores within a 5 minute drive.

Nice place with good location. Clean. Good variety of restaurants in the area. Shopping stores within a few blocks. Easy travel as interstate highways are within a few minutes. Free parking. Hotel has a 24-hour food pantry,

Our wedding was fabulous here. The lighting , the beautiful ballroom… Everything was Reasonably priced , great food and the place is gorgeous. Our wedding consultant Diana was wonderful to work with . I highly suggest it to other people

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, all the amenities in an historic area. Great breakfast choices included. Would definitely return to visit the many sites in the Brandywine area. More than I expected for the price!

This hotel offers friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient restaurant and lounge facilities, well equipped breakfast included, and has a "welcome" feeling about it. It is close to the "Longwood Gardens" (if you've never been there, do yourself a favor and go). Overall, very positive experience.

Spouse and I spent two nights, as in town for a wedding. Facility is attractive and well maintained. The grounds, particularly, are neat, clean, and kept up in a professional manner. Staff was knowledgeable, exceptionally friendly, and helpful. Could have benefited from a floor lamp in the dark corner adjacent to the sofa, and a small coffee table, rather than a tiny tray table, in front of the sofa. Overall, the breakfast was good, but only whole milk (no reduced or nonfat) was available, while only reduced fat (not regular) cream cheese was present. The "Business Center" is small, and the program available for us to use to create a document was Windows 7 (really?!) The price was the going rate for the area, but I would view the facility as neither a bargain nor a ripoff. We would consider staying there again if the need should arise.

The Best Western hotel was so beautiful and very well maintained. The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (The beds are so comfortable) and high quality service.

Room and amenities in room good. Breakfast and service very poor. Nice building which promised more than received. However, walls appeared to be thin as it was possible to hear next door conversations and feel thumps through the wall and ceiling.

Stayed 2 nights for my daughters wedding at another venue and really loved the hotel! It was clean, the staff courteous and friendly, and a great location. Also had the rehearsal dinner at the Concordville Inn right next to hotel (not sure of affiliation), and everything there was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel!

This was by far the best "on road" hotel we've stayed at in several years. Facility was up to date and well cared for. Room was neat and clean. Dining area was clean. The hot breakfast provided was decent and well stocked.

The hotel is beautiful and perfect for someone that is visiting Philadelphia. You are close enough to drive but not in the city. Beautiful setting. Pool says heated but it's cold. Game room is a nice break from day activities. Breakfast has a variety of items and delicious!

This hotel has gone downhill. Rooms are still clean and well-appointed. However, they need to do something about soundproofing. I should not have heard my upstairs' neighbor's orgasms. I should not have heard kids running up and down the hall banging doors. Also, the breakfast buffet here used to be phenomenal. It is mediocre now.

This is a lovely hotel and I would gladly stay there again. Was there for a wedding at Terrain and it was roomy, clean and a great value. Other guests at the wedding also commented on how happy they were with the hotel. the breakfast the next morning was very nice as well.

Very Clean I would recommend this place to family and friends. We stayed over while we were visiting sites in the area. We also enjoyed dinner at your concordville inn which was also excellent Everything was centrally located for our visit.

Second stay here after a day at the Longwood Gardens. Just a short drive from there to hotel. We order takeout from the restaurant on line and it's ready when we pull in to property to register. So convenient!

We stayed for just one night this time... But we'll come back! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Richard, at the front desk was great! The room was clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The bar/restaurant on the property was cool too... Food and drinks were good, staff was friendly... Karen was our bartender and was very nice and attentive. We will come back and stay an extra night and check out the pool next time too. If you're looking for a reasonable place to stay, conveniently located, and not far from Wilmington, we definitely recommend the Best Western Plus in Glen Mills!

We stayed here for my daughter's 5th birthday. The room was nice and clean. Me my husband and our 2 children ages 2-5 stayed the night. I have 50/50 custody of my sister who recently passed away kid's ages 2-4-9. They came to visit for a bit to swim and have dinner and cake. We went to the pool around 5/6pm there was not many people it was nice and relaxing I loved how they have the outside porch right outside the pool since unfortunately I am a smoker. We went back up to eat and than came back down. We took them to the game room witch was great until 4 machines kept taking the kids money. So we went back to the pool we wouldn't walk in because of how packed it was. I'm assuming there was a teen basketball team in the pool who were extremely obnoxious. When the football hit my 2 year old In the face for the 2nd time I had to ask the kids to please take it down the other end since there was many other small children in the pool. They ignored me.. my nephew the 9 year old wanted to play with them and since he caught the ball and threw it back one of the boys pegged him right in his ribs so he got out and asked if we could leave. He obviously was hurt but didn't want to cry infront of everyone there. So we go back up all the kids are crying they wanted to swim. So I called the front desk and she said miss white I see it on the camera I'll go down and put a stop to all of it. We waited it out and went back down about an hour later and it was much better. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel for my birthday and anniversary! The hotel was beautiful the rooms were very clean. Only down side on the hotel's behalf was each bed had 2 pillows and I need to sleep sitting up due to a surgery gone bad. I normally bring my own pillows because of that but I forgot them. So I called down and was told the hotel does not any anymore pillows and I said to the gentleman oh I knew I should have called when I first got into the room he said no we just don't have anymore even if you were to call ahead of time. So that was the only downfall on the hotels part but the rest was pretty great !

The rooms were great, very clean with lots of room and plenty of sleeping areas for 5 people. The breakfast was quite good and enjoyable. Coffee was available 24 hours a day and the pool area was very spacious. The game room was a lot of fun and very reasonably priced. We will stay at this location again. Easy to get into and out of and the location was very close to the sites we wanted to see.

we stay frequently at this hotel it is always a great experience. The rooms are clean & very comfortable. The staff pleasant & accommodating . The breakfast room was clean & the selection was good. They also have a restaurant & pub on site which was an added enjoyment for us. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

My fiancé and I got married last weekend 3/19 and we had all our family and friends stay here and there were no complaints! My 9 year old nephew said “this place is better than Disney and I love Disney”

Beautiful, extremely clean, comfortable and convenient is how I would describe my experience with this hotel. I love it and will be booking this hotel again. Everything you can possibly need is in the rooms, at the hotel or near by.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful. The employee Luis was very professional and made sure that the guests were taken care of and answered all questions in regard to directions to different amenities also ways to maneuver throughout the hotel. Bravo Best Western for your hire of Luis.

Beautiful clean facility. When I am back in this area again . This will be the only place that I stay. The staff is super friendly. Food was hot.. food was good. Rooms were immaculate. And the whole system that the team has going on there is great. I have nothing bad to say .. and no one else should either

We had higher expectations of the Concordville inn considering the $220 per night they charged us. Lobby was nice. Staff was pleasant. Room was trashy. We found a nasty tissue stuffed in the eyehole of the door. How gross. We found an empty beer can in the room (see photo). The love seat was beat and destroyed. The Photos tell the story of our trashy experience at this Best Western Concordville Inn. We do not recommend.

Beautiful hotel, great amenities, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a great addition to our stay and it came with our room. We couldn't fund anything we didn't like from the cleanliness of the hallway getting to our room to the room itself. We called ahead to ask if we could check in early before we went to our sim how we had scheduled and the gentlemen who answered said sure I can move things around for you.

We stayed one night after our visit to Longwood Garden. The Hate room was very nice, big and clean. The staff was very friendly and nice. The location was easy to get to. Longwood Gardens is several minutes car ride away.

We had lived in the area for 30 years and never been in the BW Concordville we recently moved and had an occasion to stay in the area. Have stayed in other hotels the area and there is no comparison to this facility. Beautiful very clean and staff was excellent !

The bar host was extremely rude. We reported the incident to the front desk staff, and they assured us they would follow up, they never did. Also, The pool floor was so slippery I nearly fell when entering the area.

Very pleased with our stay at this hotel. We got early check-in and our rooms were well cleaned and ready for us. Room decor was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. Everything worked as it should in the room and bathroom. The lobby was beautifully decorated and the free breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting this area of PA.

We were spending a day at Longwood Gardens and rather than drive home in the dark we stayed here (after reading some awful reviews about other hotels closer). This place had decent and recent reviews and it more than lived up to them. Check in was seamless and safe with host behind a plexiglass. Room was spotless. We did not find the place to have noisy HVAC as mentioned in some reviews but maybe the heat is quieter and it was winter, not summer with AC. Breakfast was delicious and hot. We scooped what we wanted and went back to room to eat, mindful of the latest Covid surge. Also there is a rest on the property that has great apps, soups and salad that we sampled. Their menu is varied and it seems really busy . Again we were doing takeout in the interest of safety. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the best hotel we have stayed at in this area. The rooms are large, clean, and quiet. Everything feels fresh. The staff at at the reception were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was a bit uninspiring but might be due to Covid restrictions.

We stay annually (sometimes twice annually) when we visit Longwood Gardens. The hotel is immaculate. The staff friendly and helpful. And the bar lounge restaurant is an amenity worth of a hotel costing 50% more.

We stay at this BW whenever we go down to the Brandywine Valley, and are always pleased with it. We just stayed there in early December (2021) and were as happy with it as ever. The lobby was BEAUTIFULLY decorated. Just gorgeous. Beds so comfortable. A very comfortable chair to sit and read a book or paper. Breakfast was fine - hot. The coffee was exceptionally delicious. All staff are kind and bend over backwards to accommodate you. There is a restaurant within easy walking distance if, like us, you don't like to drive in the dark in areas with which you are not familiar.

The breakfast service was out of pancakes, yogurt, hot chocolate and cappuccino. Staff was rude. Bed linens were ripped. The lobby looked very nice though. Watched another guest get into an argument because the manager was supposed to meet her about a disagreement before 9PM. Manager left at 8PM and charged the person's credit card before she left.

great value, hearty breakfast, helpful staff, comfy rooms. what more do ya want for a short visit. Beautiful well kept property with all you need for a great family gathering. I would not hesitate to book this location again. 5 stars.

The staff and food were all top notch and couldn't have been more accommodating to meet the needs of guests. We attended a wedding held at the facility and spent the night at the hotel. Very impressed with the hustle, friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff.

Felt like I had better experiences for less money. Place was nice but for the money I spent, I would expect a LOT more especially when it comes to the breakfast!! Staff was helpful but air was VERY loud in the room which sucks for sleeping

Excellent hotel with high standards in beautiful location. No noise noticable, clean, pleasant. The room was spacious, had amenities necessary such as coffee maker. big bathroom and very attractivi. Nice view from the room. Nice breakfast room and selection of food, allthough not all super-tasty.

We had a few dozen rooms at The Best Western Concordville Hotel for our daughter's wedding at nearby Terrain. The experience was nothing short of stellar from start to finish. The property is SPOTLESS, the staff is super-helpful and the location can't be beat. Do yourself a favor and pop over to the restaurant behind the hotel for some outstanding food and drinks. The bar is stellar! Our room was sparkling and the free breakfast plentiful and tasty. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel and will most certainly be back. Shout outs to Meg, Sarah, Karen in the bar, Diana in sales and the rest of the amazing staff. Bravo folks and keep up the great work!

A pleasant return to the BW chain. I booked on site, and was amazed to see what a beautiful and clean hotel this is. Quiet. Wonderful large King room. Coffe, pool, breakfast. All you need. Easy to get around the area. Definitely recommend.

This hotel has a grand feel about it. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The hot breakfast was good and had enough variety. Front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. It has many restaurant choices in the area also.

My husband and I stayed there for one night recently. Nice area, traffic is a little busy but off the beaten path, Everything is beautiful!. We hiked Brandywine Creek State Park. The restaurant attached, the Concordeville Inn is nice. Our front desk person, Meg, was awesome! She told us places to go & things to see.

Choosing this Best Western over other area hotels was the best decision I've made in awhile. This isn't like any other Best Western. Breakfast of Eggs/bacon, bagels, were plentiful even for the busiest time of morning for them. My only issue(not a complaint) was how soft the 2 small pillows were. I had to buy a pillow for my wife an I at target down the street because I snore and laying flat would make for a very long night. We'd stay here again when we go back to Longwood Gardens.

It was just what we needed it to be. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The arcade was a bit pricey for what it is, but it is nice to have. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel is pretty quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Hotel was very clean. The rooms were good size. The front desk was kind and Helpful. We had to change a reservation and they worked it out for us. There was a hot Breakfast served. We Would stay again.

If you are in the area and need a place to stay, this is it. For the price of a night, you will receive what feels like 5-star treatment. I remember leaving the breakfast area and having one of the attendants say "We look forward to your return to Best Western Concordville" I had been on a 5 day road trip with my daughter looking at colleges. I had not one hotel employee say anything nice to me except on the last night by this fellow. It made the difference.

We stayed at the BW Concordville from a Sun-Monday. It was quiet and comfortable. Rooms were clean and pretty good continental breakfast (not the bagged breakfast like some hotels these days). It was convenient to local attractions in PA and DE. We would stay there again. Per previous reviews, I was a bit concerned about the potential noise from an event that might be at the hotel. When you check in there is a long list of regulations that you must sign off on. Some of the items are related to if you cause disruption at the hotel from noise, etc. I appreciate that the hotel is trying to mitigate issues that might happen from events/parties. We didn't encounter any problems and it was a very nice hotel. We would stay there again.

Reception was excellent and quick. Beautiful reception area spotlessly clean and welcoming. The room was up to date and well appointed with comfortable chairs and very comfortable beds . I certainly would rank this hotel on the top of my list as compared to many other hotels that we have visited over the past few years. Thanks Best Western.

Ck in Aug 2 for 2 nights. After first made front desk aware that air condition was extremely noisy as it shut off all night sounded like someone coming in the door. i made front desk aware next morning . Got back to room late 2nd night and still same thing. I asked same staff member at the desk if she had someone look at it and her reply was he did and said the my room wasn't as noisy as others. Really, what a help that was to my problem. My son had a room down the hall and he said that his room would not get cool.

All the employees are friendly and well trained. They were very knowledgeable about the area. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. I slept extremely well because the mattress was firm and room very quiet.

The hotel was so beautiful. I was very surprised. My husband and I wish we were able to stay longer. We were in town for a wedding. It was clean, friendly, and not expensive. We will definitely be back to stay again!

I will certainly return. It is a gorgeous property, extremely clean, and the staff are wonderful. I am already recommending it to family and friends in the Philadelphia area. The morning breakfast was excellent too.

Wonderful hotel, clean, staff was awesome and accommodating to our entire group. The rooms were perfect as well as the availability of sundries and coffee. The breakfast was beyond expectations and the lounge areas were welcoming and spacious.

Don't let the "Best Western" name fool you. This hotel is as nice as all of the Hiltons and Hampton inns. Our stay was very nice. Very clean, quiet, and a great breakfast. We had dinner at the inn behind the hotel and it was also great. We would absolutely stay here again if in the area.

Diana will promise you a lot of things but it's all lies to get you to have your wedding here. Beware!!! Staff is very rude and yelled at us (bride and groom) for sitting at a table.. ridiculous. I would never stay there again the rooms are horrible, they smell, they are so ugly, and overpriced. The breakfast has basically no food and they even ran out of plates and forks. Don't stay here!

This hotel gets it right. A modern, relatively new hotel that has old-fashioned and welcome touches. I knew I would like this place before I even walked in when I saw they had a gazebo. Even though I knew we would not use it, I thought if we had more time it would be nice to sit outside, shaded from the sun and maybe even have lunch there. A small amenity, but a nice one. When we got in and it was 3:30AM, the desk clerk very friendly and helpful. We appreciated that being dead tired and quite frankly frustrated at getting in so incredibly late, like two days late. So a little kindness at that moment went a long way. And that set the table for the entire stay. Everything was good. Everything. No problems. Friendly service. Good breakfast. Good soundproofing - no noise. Comfortable beds and pillows. Bathroom fine. Even the soap, shampoo, conditioner were quality items. To quote the young ones - "It's all good." It's just a hairs breath away from being 5*'s. I feel strongly that if what you want is a good, solid stay at a hotel guaranteed, I believe this fits the bill. More than anything that's what I want and so it's highly likely that should we be in that neck of the woods again, we'll be visiting them once more.

My family checked in to this hotel to watch the night fountain show at Longwood Gardens which is a short drive from the hotel. The beds have white sheets on them which are spotless, super clean, fresh and comfortable! Also, very clean bathroom. The amenities are perfect for our family trip, especially the pool and game room. Free breakfast is a plus! My son's favorite was making pancakes hands-free, you just have to wave your hand at the equipment and it makes pancakes for you. The hotel looks elegantly designed including the lobby, hotel facade with the water fountain, gazebo by the lake and plants around look like being taken good care of. The entire facility is properly maintained. I like that there is relaxing music being played in the elevator. The hotel gives a classic feel!

Very enjoyable stay. Clean accommodations, comfortable rooms, good breakfast selection and very helpful staff. Only downside is rather large and lots of large groups for weddings and parties like us, which at times makes for noisy hallways.

Stayed here with a group of families for a youth sports tournament. Was perfect for that. They have a basketball court, horseshoe pit, and a pool....but the pool was out of order. That's tough when traveling with a bunch of kids. Also, for three days, the breakfast buffet had no white milk (only soy "milk"). Again, tough when traveling with a bunch of kids. They said the milk wasn't delivered, but the Wawa had plenty, so I would have expected someone would have gone to "plan B" for milk. Very attentive staff (thanks Lily) and sparkling clean facility, room, grounds... I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and the service was great! Our GPS did not send us in the correct direction but Lily at the front desk helped us by talking us through over the phone. She was very happy to see us when we arrived at the desk!

Great room, comfy bed, excellent staff. Room and premises were very clean and kept up. Good free breakfast. Nice indoor pool area with an attached patio area. My family ordered takeout and ate outside. The game room, gym and outdoor basketball and game area were all very nice.

We have held our annual Family Reunion at the Concordville Best Western, and it has been wonderful! The hotel staff is super-friendly and welcoming. We have a large group of about 45 family members of all ages, and there is something for everyone. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the refurbished bar was a fun place for adults. The kids loved the pool and the Game Room. We've already reserved for next year!

I recently traveled with a large group to a lacrosse tournament in Pennsylvania. We stayed as a group and never left the grounds, other than to play Lacrosse. The hotel had an indoor pool and game room for the kids and an outdoor basketball court with plenty of room for a pick-up football game with some of the other guests, who were there for a basketball tournament. There was also a nice fire pit for the parents to lounge in. We set up a corn hole court and had a great time. At one point the staff did ask us to try to be a bit more quiet. I think it was a reasonable request at 9PM.They were very polite and professional about it though.

This was an unexpectedly delightful stay in every way...chose it for its central location while visiting Winterthur and Longwood Gardens. The property was spotless, well appointed and the room large with a great bathroom and comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the included hot breakfast plentiful and a nice addition. The price was extremely reasonable and it is right next door to the Concordville Inn where we had a lovely dinner, also a reasonable price. Would definitely stay again.

Arrived after an 8 hour drive to make only 200 miles in a raging rainstorm. I was stressed and exhausted and this place was precisely what we needed. We were surprised at the luxurious grounds and lobby, this is a Best Western after all, and the spacious, spotless room. We had planned on two nights but circumstances forced us into leaving after one night. No issues from management. I can only recommend this hotel very highly. I will stay here again next time we pass this way.

We were pleasantly surprised at the luxury feel of this Best Western. From the sparkling marble entrance, to the comfortable king-size bed, amazing view of the gazebo and flowers out of our room, and the top notch front desk staff member- we were very happy with our stay. The room was spotless, great toiletries including a shower cap and citrus bath soap, and comfortable bedding. We'll be back next time we're in this area.

We stayed at this Best Western hotel with other soccer team parents when our children were playing at a local tournament. Because we booked a block of rooms, we were given a ballroom for the parents to meet and socialize over the weekend which was a great idea. The bedrooms were clean and service at the front desk was friendly and efficient.

This hotel is not worth the money. Stayed with my sister in law on Friday night and the room above us was out of control music blaring until 4:00 in the morning. Called the front desk several time they said they were trying to get the room in control.

When you need a little R&R, this is the place to turn to. I arrived feeling exhausted as a healthcare front line worker, I departed feeling refreshed and revived. Restaurant on premises is back open!!! I miss Their Sunday Brunch!

The hotel itself is really nice. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was really clean even the mirrors. My only complaint is the curtains are thin and you can see through them. I would stay again.

My family and I had the BEST Mother's Day weekend at this gorgeous hotel! We really enjoyed the pool. The staff is super accommodating. I liked the nearby shopping center. We relaxed and swam everyday in the heated pool. Loved our experience!

Bathroom was dirty. Pacifier was left on floor. Not enough towels. Ripped lampshade. Broken keurig. Staff was uncaring about issues And the noise from other rooms until 3 am was unbearable. Again staff did not care when reported

This hotel is great. It's excellent for families. The have an indoor pool and a game room. The fitness facility was nice also. The room was extremely comfortable. I really enjoyed the stay. It's a beautiful hotel.

Love this hotel very clean employees are respectful and friendly. The pool is nice. The fitness area is nice to work out. The arcade is a little expensive but nice to distract the kids a little. Overall nice stay with family .

The hotel is beautiful and well kept. I was not expecting the beautiful lawns and how clean everything was. We arrived at 1:00 a.m. and the front desk gentleman was kind and helpful. The hotel was quiet and our room was lovely

The restrictions did not allow this hotel to fully show off everything they have to offer. Check in was quick and friendly. Room was clean. There was no maid service which did not bother me. The property outside is very nice. Their area for breakfast looks good but they were not serving breakfast during this time.

King-bed room was very nice, yet a spider dangling from the ceiling greeted my husband upon entry the second evening. The hotel seems newly renovated. Hospitality was good. Room was spacious and clean and stocked well with toiletries and supplies. However, the pool was cloudy and dirty with hair, a quarter on the bottom, dirty towels lying around on deck chairs and a few bottle caps on the floor. We had to ask the front desk clerk for pool towels. He restocked that promptly. We asked him why the pool filtration system was not running. He went into the maintenance room and flipped a switch (or something). It started up but there was no output or intake of water from any of the filters yet you could hear a pump running.

The hotel is beautiful! The outside is soooo nice and the inside is all the more grand! The room was very clean and decorated nicely. and the staff was great! It's a great hotel for children. It has a nice pool and game room. Highly recommended!

Very clean place, good prices, good services, near to so many places to eat and have fun, the staff are very professional . I love this place, this is the second time we stayed here and I don't changed it for anything.

Stayed for a hockey tournament and the staff was excellent, rooms were spacious and they offered ballrooms for hockey teams to meet for meals and relax between games together ... such a huge help to keep kids entertained and adults to gather together

I understand there are restrictions with Covid however I have stayed and other hotels recently that did a much better job with breakfast. Your website states there would be sandwiches, there was not. When I got there I was told breakfast would be on the 3x4 table to the right and I'd have my choice of water with a muffin or danish. You guys could've done much better. You can still social distance and offer a much better breakfast than that. We are frequent guests and we always look forward to the breakfast that you normally offer. I was also made aware that you now charge a $50 per day incidentals fee that you'll credit back after I check out. I don't believe that is acceptable and this is something that should be clearly stated on your website. I requested a top floor room which was printed on my confirmation. When I checked in, I was given a room on the second floor. When I mentioned my request I was told they didn't see such request on my reservation. The attendant did move me to the fifth floor which to my surprise had a refrigerator with no freezer. So then I needed to be moved again because I had food that needed to be kept in the freezer. The smell of marijuana on my floor was terrible. Having to explain to my nine-year-old son what that smell was did not make me happy. I'm really disappointed as this is usually our favorite spot when we come to visit family back “home“.

Absolutely beautiful hotel for the money. Rooms nice and clean. No take out containers of breakfast food that I've had on other stays but paper bag with muffin , juice and coffee. Front desk (1 person) was a little overwhelmed answering phones and checking in guests on a Saturday afternoon.

The hotel manager, Meg, went the extra mile to ensure that my stay was perfect in every way. I highly recommend this hotel if you have an upcoming stay in the area.

In the time of Covid-19, this was a much needed getaway/ celebration. Check in was very easy. Cory, the front desk person, was very friendly and took the time to elaborate on the amenities as well as what services were available within the hotel. It was nice to learn the pool, fitness and game rooms were open for use. Will certain return in the very near future!!

We as a family had a quick get away for my son turning nine this week. The reason for picking this place was being it is January and covid there is not much you can do right now. The indoor pool the kids had a blast. The game room was a bonus. All around experience we really did enjoy ourselves and highly recommend for other family's.

I recently stayed at your beautifully decorated hotel. Great decorations by the way. I loved all the santas and attention to detail. Richard - at the front desk was my very first point of contact when I called to make my overnight accommodations. He could have very easily have transferred my to the 1-800 # and he didn't. He made all my reservations and handled all my questions. Meg, the General Manager was fantastic! She was also very patient, informative and personable. She greeted us with a warm smile. We arrived too early to check into our rooms and was very accommodating as we waited. She expedited one of the rooms and then personally delivered the keys to our remaining rooms. Additionally, she helped in executing a meeting room for our family. Diane - Director of Sales & Wedding Specialist, I know was swamped handling and repositioning reservations due to the change in the dinning policy and she was a champ. I am sure not everyone on the other side of her calls were nice. She offered an alternative and the hotel delivered on her promise. Sadly, I don't know the names of the gentlemen who delivered and set up our dinner, but they too were highly accommodating. You should be very proud of your team. They are Aces in my book and hopefully, we will be back. My family enjoyed the game room too!

This trip was part of my vacation and included a visit to Longwood Gardens Christmas event. I stayed 3 nights. The hotel was not crowded (good thing) when I was there and they are following the current COVID requirements pretty well. They are providing a 'bagged' breakfast at the moment. The front desk will work with you if you need something different or specific items (extras too). The hotel staff was very helpful. I used the weight room and pool. They both worked for me. My room was facing the main highway and I did notice some road noise at times. During my stay, I visited Longwood Gardens, Newlin Grist Mill Park (hiking), Ridley Creek State Park (hiking), Booths Corner Market and the local restaurants. This is my second visit to this hotel and I would stay here again.

In the midst of the pandemic, we spent a night here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. While it was a different experience because of the pandemic, it was very enjobable. I would definitely stay here again.

We booked this hotel, because it was close to the ice rink, where we had a hockey tournament. Beautiful hotel! Large rooms, a plus. Great location. Arcade room was a hit with the 12 yr old. Would book again.

I love the Best Western Hotels and this property was great. Very clean, the staff was great. Nice pool, great gym and a great video game room/arcade. There is a nice looking restaurant/lounge on the property but we did not try it. I had the 2 room king suite and it was perfect, nice enclosed shower plenty of room for two.

We chose this hotel because they advertised hot breakfast, but instead only had some muffins, juice and water in brown paper bags. We must eat gluten free, and did not want the sugar filled juices. We needed protein to start our day. We were told upon check in that staff WOULD come into/to our room to make sure we were alive and well. We said we did not want or need this, but were told they would come anyway. If restaurants can serve food there was no reason why this hotel could not provide the advertised breakfast Also we were charged 50% of our total IN ADVANCE to cover incidentals. We have never experienced this anywhere in the past.

This hotel was amazing! The pricing had me a little skeptical but once I've arrived I was amazed at the pretty lobby, the decor and the friendliness of the hotel staff. This hotel exceeded all of my expectation and much more. It was definitely a good time for reasonable prices. And the food at the restaurant was super delicious. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I am sold!

The woman at the front desk, Meg I believe is her name may be the nastiest person I've ever encountered. Furthermore, I booked two rooms, one was supposed to be comped, or at least that's the impression I was given, then I ended up paying $10 over my block rate. My block rate was $119. My one room I paid $139 and the other I paid $129. Since the nasty person at the front desk was the General Manager, I didn't debate it with her because she obviously had a huge chip on her shoulder. I do plan on taking this complaint to corporate as I feel like this location literally robbed me of a lot of money.

This was a much needed pandemic get away for a night. This hotel was stunningly gorgeous and sanitized incredibly well. All safety precautions are being taken seriously and it shows. Definitely the best hotel we have stayed at for years.

Tub didn't drain properly, could hear muzak from lobby in room (think speaker was in the shared wall) and could also hear guest in next room coughing all night. In addition, the check-in experience was not good (one of the least welcoming experiences we ever had) and the refrigerator was broken but staff was unable to fix. The location was excellent (biased in that I am from the area) and there is excellent hiking at Brandywine Creek State Park and Ridley Creek State Park.

Meg and her staff were so helpful during our stay in early September. My boyfriend was planning on proposing at Longwood Gardens and Meg and the staff worked with him in the month leading up to our stay to make sure everything was perfect and that I did not know my parents were also staying there as guests. Not only did they help him, they also had the champagne my fiancé purchased chilling in our room when we returned from Longwood Gardens with two champagne flutes. They were so accommodating and during the stay we felt safe and that the hotel was cleaned and sanitized during the coronavirus pandemic. Thank you again for such fantastic service! We will always choose this hotel when traveling to this location.

We had a block of rooms reserved for Staybridge Suites down the road and less than a week before the wedding they cancelled on us. Best Western Plus graciously took all the wedding guests in. The hotel was extremely clean and the hotel staff was beyond friendly. The manager, Meg Rowe, went above and beyond and provided us with 2 meeting rooms for the bride and groom bridal parties to get dressed and ready. The rooms are beautiful. They made sure all our needs were met. You get a nice bagged breakfast each morning. We were so very please and happy with everything and they made our big day stress free and wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel and the staff!!

My wife and I have not been out much since March. We decided to spend Sunday night of Labor Day Weekend here. We both just needed a change of scenery. We are both very glad we did. First of all, and most important, we felt completely safe and comfortable. We had no worries about contracting the virus. The hotel was clean and you could tell they were serious about taking care of guest safety. We were greeted with a friendly look and probably a smile under their mask. Our check in was smooth and professional. The room was very clean and welcoming. We were able to enjoy ourselves without worries. It was great to forget about the daily grind we have all been under, even if it was all to short. When we left, we both felt better than we had in a long while. It was rejuvenating. We thank the staff and management for a great experience. We look forward to doing this again in the near future.

This hotel is beautiful both on the inside and outside. I just wish I could have booked it online and saved more than $50. Grab and Go breakfast could have been much better. Had to listen to a bunch of loud mouths outside who were below my room until almost 1 am. Other than all of this, nice hotel!

The room was very spacious. I o my had 1 complaint and that was my room was a little dusty. My night stand had dust that I needed to wipe off which I could understand if the room hadn't been used in a while. The staff were very nice and welcoming. I felt safe in the area.

Absolutely blown away by the service and professionalism of this hotel. My husband and I wanted a clean nice hotel to stay at close to west Chester while visiting family, which shockingly was very hard to find. This was the only hotel remotely close with amazing reviews. We checked in for one night and planned to stay at a bed and breakfast for the rest of our stay. Our night here was absolutely amazing. It was clean, quiet, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. After the first night I never wanted to leave. When we arrived at our bed and breakfast it was beyond disappointing. Room was never cleaned, staff was extremely rude and the room was never cleaned. They blamed us for coming at check in time. Being 28 weeks pregnant I was already fed up. My husband and I left and headed back here. We explained to the staff our terrible experience, how we wasted a whole day trying to get a refund, half our money was tied up waiting for a refund and how we missed out on a day in town. The manger listened patiently to our whole story and went above and beyond to help rectify our problem, which she did not need to do. She even gave me free chocolate for the chocolate I missed in town. The whole staff was amazing our entire stay and meant all of our needs. I haven't been able to sleep in months and the three days I spent here is the best sleep I've gotten in a long time. Will definitely be back whenever we are in town. Thank you BW for making our stay so incredible.

The room was clean, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our Visit was the best except that the people next to us were letting their toddler or intent cry, smoking, and talking all night. It led us to report it to the front desk. I would definitely give this hotel a second chance

This was a getaway trip but well worth it. The check in had a slight glitch but was not a problem and the rest of my stay was excellent. I slept well on a comfortable mattress and i had a good range of TV channels and there was plenty of eateris near by so i couldn't starve myself if i tried lol.

I always enjoy staying here! It is always clean with the staff always kind and helpful. It was disappointing that their breakfast was not being served (but I understand that). They gave us a take-away bag which was helpful and appreciated. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and no one hasselled us while several of us sat at separate tables in the breakfast area to chat. Great spot - we always recommend it!

I would never come back here again had another guest call the cops because he felt like me and my boyfriend were leaving with too many belongings and it was so obvious that the guest was racially profiling us we've never been more embarrassed and insulted at any hotel ever

Hotel was in a good proximity to the airport. There were also stores and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff, spotless lobby, and great breakfast. The only complaint is that the mattress could've been a little firmer.

Stayed here with family to attend a wedding in Philadelphia. Nice property for the price. Unfortunately there was construction in the area and the map app had trouble finding the hotel. Room and amenities were nice and included a full breakfast. Unfortunately cook to order omelettes were only available on weekends. Nice stay overall and would stay at this location again.

Hotel was very nice. The restaurant was delicious. My only issue was when I asked for extra toiletries they said they would send it up to my room and they never did. Also the walls are very thin so we could hear the people above us unfortunately they were up very late and we were traveling with a baby.The pool room is very echoey unfortunately a lot of kids were playing so it was very loud and not relaxing at all. The water pressure could be improved. But overall it was a very nice stay and the lobby is beautiful.

An impressive hotel, in particular the lobby and the restaurant. I have been staying on occasion at Best Western properties since the late 60s. I like the concept of individually owned/operated hotels which all have to meet certain standards to remain a Best Western. I really like how all the Best Western properties have now been graded into three basic groups. I was a little surprised this property was not in the Premier category as it had all of the facilities to meet this.

Bad reservation experience: tried to book on line and got ambushed by getaroom; managed to cancell them and book by calling the hotel instead. Hotel was cooperative apologetic and helpful. Booked a king suite, hoping for a nice room in an average hotel. But the suite is poorly laid out; shower only; noisy heating unit; old furniture - just disappointing despite low expectations. Housekeeping service: room still not made up at 3pm; asked for service at 10am when we went out. Breakfast: better than most; custom omlets; real plates and silverware; lots of choices in a large bright sunny room. The hotel is very dated despite a nice lobby. Try something newer like the Hampton Inn across the street.

Don't let the name Best Western fool you… This is a very nice hotel with fantastic staff and great amenities. The pictures online are accurate. Breakfast has made to order omelets and lots of other great options.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The price was great. The room was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was much better than most FREE breakfasts. We dined at their restaurant that was just OK. Very close. We could walk to it.

Beautiful hotel with many amenities. The restaurant behind the hotel had excellent food at a great price. Please note, there is a lot of construction around the hotel, and the GPS location was not accurate.

Best Western hotels are usually great and we look for them whenever we can. Best Western Plus Concordville Hotel is simply the very best hotel I have ever stayed in. Sure, it's not the Four Seasons, but you will be hard pressed to find one with as warm and welcoming staff who attend to every detail with such great care and professionalism. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The hot breakfasts have great variety are wonderfully delicious. Parking is a snap and pricing is good. it is conveniently located to many attractions. Could not be happier.

Always count on excellent service, clean facility and convienent location. Like the restaurant and lounge is located close to the hotel.. Christmas time at the hotel is always so beautifully decorated and makes you feel like you are in someone's home. The beautiful tree greets you as you come into the lobby.

I always stay at this hotel when I attend business meetings in the Concordville area. The breakfast selections are awesome and my accommodations are always clean and comfortable. The staff is attentive and courteous.

I needed a place to stay overnight and it was really comforting to know that this Best Western was available. During Christmas time, it was really nice to walk into a very decorated lobby and it made me feel at ease. Not much to say other than, this was a perfect spot to stay for an overnight trip.

This newer hotel is fabulous- the full hot breakfast even has custom made omelettes! The marble lobby is beautiful and our room was oversized with a very comfortable bed. I experienced a sudden illness and had to extend my stay unexpectedly. The entire staff bent over backwards to accomodate my stay and needs!!

Overall excellent choice much more satisfied than other hotel chains. Will go out of my way to stay at the Best Western again. Cleanliness is high priority and amenities and professional service above par.

The decor was very pretty and appealing. The hotel was very clean. The staff was wonderful. This site was close to a lot of local shopping and restaurants and within 15 minutes of the ice rink we had a tournament at. Would definitely stay here again.

We stay at the Concordville Best Western Inn anytime we are in Philadelphia. It has easy access to the main routes. The rooms are always clean, modern, and comfortable. The hot breakfast is the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. On weekdays there is a chef to make custom omelettes. The Inn's restaurant is comfortable, well-appointed, and the menu is fantastic. They work hard to train all their staff to be helpful and friendly.

Good and friendly staff. Convenient for shopping location, easy access to historical places and Longwood Garden. Nice amenities with very clean maintaining rooms, making peacefully and quiet environment but very near by exiting on Rt.1

We just completed another great 2 week stay at our favorite 5 star hotel, on 10/30/19. We greeted Meg Rowe, who is the accomplished Manager. She is the heart of the hotel and and keeps everything running smoothly. We also met new Staff at the front desk, including Joseph, Richard, and Zach. All super folks and they do a terrific job. Since our last stay, the hotel has made an important renovation by removing 2 slippery steps leading into the back entrance. It is much safer now, with one beautiful walkway, with extra landscaping. Customer service with cleaning staff is still top notch. The breakfasts were delicious and it was nice seeing Chef Tony again, making his mouth watering omelettes. All good, and we went to see Longwood Gardens, voted one of the best Botanical Gardens in the country. Staying at Best Western Plus opens up a whole lot of tourist attractions nearby that you may enjoy, so make your reservations now, because it is also a popular destination for weddings. We look forward to returning in the Spring for another wonderful visit. Here are some more photos. The landscaping outside is magnificent. The rooms are the most spacious, and the WiFi works seamlessly. World famous Longwood Gardens is nearby. Voted 1 in the United States for a Botanical Garden. Have a great time!

The room was nice as was the hotel and staff. Having a restaurant across the way was helpful so you didn't need to leave the premises just to eat. I wouldn't want to be stuck in the room all day, but for a place to sleep and spend a little bit of your day there, it was a great value.

We stayed at this hotel during our recent color tour in the area. Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay. The staff was super helpful at check in and the made to order omelets in the morning were wonderful, a nice change from the typical waffles. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Our first visit to Downtown Philadelphia and we found this gem a little ways out of the city. It was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delightful. The grounds were so well kept. A great place for a quaint little wedding. Highly recommend.

I have no complaints about my stay- very clean room, expansive free full breakfast, tasteful room decor. On weekdays this breakfast includes an omelette station. For the price and the region I would definitely stay here again if I am in this area.

Booked for a wedding held at a local venue. Many family and friends used this hotel, many chose to book at other locations because the "discounted" block of rooms was more expensive than AAA and other discounts that people were able to have used but would not have been in the wedding block. So they paid more and were on different floors anyway. Many chose to then go to other local hotels and not stay with the wedding party, family and friends. The management would not listen to or make right the complaints regarding the supposedly discounted rooms. The hotel did not provide the shuttle that was promised to the couple and the guests. We had to notify all prior to wedding. The check in was at 4, the wedding was 3 minutes down the road so many could not check in prior to the wedding to get dressed. The hotel staff was very rude when trying to see if they could accommodate an early check in. We stayed down the road at the Hyatt Ch adds Ford the nights before and the experience was night and day. Very great and professional service at the Hyatt, NOT the Best western Plus Concordville Hotel. Would not recommend.

The entire staff was excellent at this hotel. The restaurant/lounge had excellent service by Kevin and Mike. We were there for a meeting and there were a lot of people checking in at one time and the manager walked around to speak to all of the guests to make sure everything was going fine. The front desk clerks all spent the necessary time with all the guests to check them in. Very clean facility from the lobby, meeting rooms and the guest rooms.

The hotel was lovely in every respect. There is significant road construction on route 322 which made it difficult to get in and out of the facility. But that's not the fault of the hotel. Also I had very noisy neighbors one night. The walls are very thin and I had a bunch of rambunctious children next-door to me. Otherwise the hotel was lovely comfortable and a good value

Only stayed one evening (09/12/19) with a late check-in. I did used the pool, fitness center and outside basketball area in the morning. I liked all of them. Breakfast was very good. Every employee that I encountered was polite and helpful. There is construction in front of the hotel which made getting into the hotel's roadway a little tricky (especially after dark). I had a discounted room rate with my Longwood Garden ticket.

The hotel has a beautiful appearance, very nice and helpful front desk staff, it's very clean and has an excellent breakfast in the morning. The breakfast is far above the standard cookie-cutter hotel breakfast. There is an omelette chef who will make you a fresh one or eggs over easy, etc. Nice choice of other things too: Fresh cut up fruits, bacon, potatoes, cream chipped beef and biscuits, waffles and the usual bagels, muffins, toast, cereal, etc. The hotel's location is close to both Winterthur, The Brandywine Museum and Longwood Gardens. We love the area and will stay here again when we return.

Very beautiful hotel. Very nice breakfast AC is a little loud. But would stay here again amd would recommend others to stay hhwre also. Young lady that checked me in was very nice and helpful. It was labor day so restaurant was cloaes

One of the better breakfasts for this class of hotel. Plenty of parking. There is a lot of construction going on the roads at present, but it shouldn't affect you. Clean and well maintained. There is a nice gym, pool, laundry, and game room in the basement. Definitely a nice stay for this type of hotel.

I had made a reservation at what I thought was the same hotel at which I'd stayed about 5 years ago. Well, it wasn't THIS hotel as it turned out, but this one is perfection. The rooms have high ceilings and comfortable beds with pristine white sheets and duvets. Most well thought out are the bathrooms. After having been in Scotland for 10 days in luxury hotels, I was happy to see—a plug for the hair dryer IN the bathroom before a huge well-lighted mirror, good counter space, vessel sink, lighted makeup mirror and great toiletries. Rooms have safes, microwaves and fridges. Very fast internet. Then we went to breakfast on the second floor in a sunny, well appointed room. Chef Luis was at his station making delicious egg dishes-maybe one of the best omelets ever! But also waffles, yogurts and all the usual are available-even decent biscuits. In short, if you are enjoying the Brandywine Valley, I don't think you could find a better hotel for the money.

The hotel itself was very nice, but overall it was just an ok experience. I have stayed at a lot of Best Western hotels and this one did not live up to the way they promote themselves. The front desk staff was nice, but had to be asked about everything. Check in was a very difficult process. As a rewards member I had to ask about the perks that other Best Westerns just offer me when I walk into the hotel. The "heated" pool was not heated, in fact it was the opposite it was freezing. I told the front desk staff about it the night before and the next morning when we went it was still freezing. Also, the pool stated it opened at 9am. We went down at 9:10am it was not open, called up to the front desk and was told that she was orienting someone new and would get down when she could. You would think over the holiday weekend that they would have more than one person working the front desk and that you wouldn't take that day to orient someone new. Breakfast was just ok. It wasn't bad by any means of the imagination, but I don't think it lived up to the hype that other reviewers have given it.

This hotel is a throw-back. The floors are marble, there is a chateau-type staircase from the ground level to the second floor, also in marble. The elevators are encased in marble. The bathroom in the large bedroom, you guessed it - in marble. The room was large with a king size bed and the usual accessories. Very nice place stay when you are in this area. The breakfast is free and plenty to choose from waffles to eggs made any style by a chef. The price was reasonable.

Whenever I travel anywhere near this area, I make every attempt to stay at the Concordville Best Western Plus because you receive extreme hospitality, rooms are very clean and attractive, and they offer the best breakfast in town. They are a very well-managed facility.

My husband and I found the Best Western Inn Plus Concordville Hotel to be AMAZING! We liken it to a Mini Resort. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and one of the things we enjoyed the most was each morning having fresh, made to order omelets created for us by Master Chefs! So GREAT! We plan on returning to this hotel in the future and our only regret is not getting to the restaurant at the Hotel - next time for sure!

I booked this hotel for a business trip nearby. It was between my destination (Wilmington, DE) and Philadelphia. The location was great, as I was able to complete my business during the day and explore Philadelphia at night. Even though I was close to the city, it was far enough away to have a slower, more relaxed, pace.

We only stayed one night. Wish it was longer. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of choices and very tasty. The hotel looks brand new. Will definitely come back to stay

This hotel has a great location and price point. Everything is clean and I believe recently renovated. Breakfast in the morning is complimentary and they do made-to-order omelets which is very impressive. The onsite restaurant came highly recommended and we can see why - super friendly staff and excellent food. Prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The King Executive Suite was great. The bathroom was very roomy. The A/C was not noisy as in many hotels. Bed was comfy; room was clean. Good service. No complaints whatsoever. The breakfast had a chef who made eggs to order.

We decided to stay here on our trip to Pennsylvania and this was a great hotel to stay at. We got great service from everyone here. The staff members were friendly and helpful. We paid a fair price for our room. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in an area with a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again

The facility itself is excellent. What was not good was the check-in process. The hotels web site states that check-in is available at 4:00 pm. We arrived at approximately 4:10 pm and were immediately told that our room was not ready. Someone from housekeeping walked by and the desk clerk asked them about the cleaning status of several rooms. While waiting to check in another group came in and immediately got their rooms. When I inquired what was special about my room I was told it was because I had a king bed. After about 20 minutes I was finally given a key and told the room was ready. When we arrived at the room there was a maid there still making the bed. She was surprised and actually stated she did not know why they would have given us the room when they knew it was not ready. The staff at the desk never apologized for the delay and were not very friendly.

My son and I stayed here for a “stay to play” baseball weekend at MSI, where you don't have a choice of where to stay (if you want to play). Of all the many hotels we stayed in this summer this was FAR AND ABOVE the best. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, the rooms were nice, the facilities were nice, the whole basement level with the arcade/pool/gym/laundry were nice. If I have any suggestion it would be to add a few more washer/dryers if they are going to take in baseball kids (because teenage baseball boys need their uniforms washed in the summer!). The location is great with plenty of convenient places to eat and shop within minutes. Overall, this BW Plus, far exceeded my expectations.

I made a reservation months ago and was not able to check in when everyone else did. This was very annoying and really was a lot of trouble going back and forth to get my luggage twice and check in twice etc etc . Did not appreciate a call from the front desk at 2:30 AM!

We have stayed at hotels that cost twice as much or more that did not meet the level of this hotel. Courteous service, clean rooms, convenient parking. You can't beat thus for the price. The included breakfast is just OK but you really can't ask for more at this price level.

Stayed overnight at my Sons recommendation. We were going to Philadelphia Eagles open practice and even though this property is a little bit out of the way, it was well worth it. Hotel is beautiful inside and out. The rooms are nice, clean comfortable. My grandson enjoyed the pool and arcade. Free breakfast is great. There's a chef cooking eggs to order.

Spent 13 nights at this location for was pleased with everything. Pool was clean as well as the fitness room. Could have a bigger space for that with 3 people it was pretty crampt. And the room cleaning speed was a little slow

In second night of two night stay and will definitely come back. Staff, location, cleanliness of facility all first class. Obviously good management and attention to needs of guests. The two room suite is especially convenient when traveling for business.

We loved out stay here. The staff was very helpful from the time of booking until we had to depart. The room was large and very clean and comfortable. We needed an handicap room and the room worked out great for us.

Excellent staff. All were friendly, professional, and outgoing. Weekday hot breakfast prepared by The Chef was wonderful. Weekend breakfast was very nice with a good variety available Wonderful location to allow easy access to most sites. Once again, our stay here was fine.

We can't get enough of a good thing! Each stay with the Best Western Plus Concordville Inn does Not disappoint!! Hotel is always clean, staff is always friendly and professional, the breakfast is always top notch, the bed is always cozy and comfortable, there's always nearby shopping!! And I must recognize one our favorite places to eat, "capriottis" sandwiches are Devine!!!!!! Or Sunday brunch at the Concordville Inn Restaurant.

We stayed here vs staying closer to Philly before a morning flight. While it is close to a Towne Center with lots of shops, the current roadwork makes it difficult to get around. Be sure to follow a mapping app. It was July 4th so we didn't get to experience the restaurant, but the breakfast buffet in the morning was a cut above your standard fare with real plates and silverware. Room was comfortable and quiet. Service was excellent and staff helpful with directions and recommendations. This is a conference center and very well maintained.

Breakfast was good. Place clean. Near restaurants and shops Convient section to see all attractions. Very quiet area. Farmers market behind hotel and restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful.there a game room.

Not great. My debit card was charged 700 at check in. When I was told they only charge 50 for incidentals. Big mistake. Took 3 days to get back on my card. Got stuck with a double bed. Lacrosse team midweek made a ton of noise. 45 mins from downtown philly. No man's land.

All the roads to this place are closed! The employees and managers will not not answer phones or help with directions! There is so much construction noise with the road crews all around you will never sleep. Find a closer hotel like Holiday Inn and don't waste an extra hour in traffic.

This hotel is amazing!! It has an Adorable patio area outside with grill and fire pit. Breakfast was amazing!! Omelets made to order. Staff at front desk were friendly and informative about the area!! I would recommend 100%

Needed a few days away from my hectic schedule. This was a welcome respite. Would recommend this hotel as a wonderful place to stay if you're in the Chadds Ford area. Close to the Brandywine River Museum and other local attractions.

Great accommodations- the room was very "new " and clean the hotel was conveniently located near the wedding venue- nice addition of breakfast with many options available in the common space where we could all meet. The hotel had a terrific staff, too!

The Best Western Plus Concordville Hotel in Glen Mills, PA is wonderfully appointed. The architecture is outstanding in the appearance, style and comfort. The staff is welcoming and were found to be very flexible when confronted with conference type issues

I booked this hotel to visit the area. I liked the convenience of a nearby restaurant, as we were also celebrating our anniversary and I wanted a close restaurant/hotel combo where we could walk to dinner and have a few drinks without driving. This was perfect. Nice room and hotel, and fantastic meals at the restaurant. Would definitely stay here again. Just a note there was construction off the front entrance of the hotel, so we entered from the restaurant side of the lot, depending on our direction of travel, we went out the front to get the red lights so we could towards Longwood Gardens, etc.

Lovely looking hotel with modern amenities and clean, comfortable rooms. Made to order eggs during the week is a BIG plus. Clean game room, fitness center and pool area. The grounds are well kept and the staff is helpful and attentive.

Had a little discrepancy during check-in that took some time to resolve. Didn't appreciate that a $50/night “incidental” charge was added to our credit card. The front desk person said that would be refunded if we did not use it. We had limited availability on our credit card so this was challenging. In the end we used a separate card for just the “incidental” charge. The WiFi was sketchy in the evening, would often lose connectivity. On the positive side, per other reviews, the breakfast was awesome! The bed was comfy. It was quiet. The room was comfortable. Fitness room had a lot of equipment. The pool was big and relatively clean. The hotel itself is on the older side, but our room was super clean. There was a lot of road construction in the area which caused entering the hotel to be challenging at times. It also detracted from the over-all appearance of the exterior of the hotel.

Comfortable, good value, good location, free parking, wi-fi and other amenities plus breakfasts - definitely a bonus! Would recommend if visiting the area. Good shopping near by and relatively close to airport.

The hotel is well cared for. The staff are friendly, breakfast was good, the room was extremely clean and comfortable. My son enjoyed the pool and game room. The gazebo and fountain are a bonus. We will be back.

We reserved the Family Suite and it was very accommodating for my daughter, her friends and myself. They girls enjoyed the pool while I sat that one out. The beds were comfortable and the very large closet in the master fit all of our belongings. The gazebos were great for us to take a few fun pictures.

It's not a bad hotel. Nice rooms, if a little dated. Facilities pretty darn good, especially for the money. Unfortunately, you just get the feeling that the place is tired and is on its way out, Ev though it seems recently refurbished. The hotel help looks at you with that “I wish I wasn't here expression “ and you're left with the very clear thought that you should have stayed somewhere more relevant. Note to management-attitude is everything in your employees and makes or breaks the guest experience.

This was our first time staying at a Best Western/Concordville Hotel. We arrived early due to inclement weather and was told that our room was not yet ready. We returned 2+ hours later to find out that our room was still not ready and it was well after check-in time. It was not handled well by the front desk and even when management was made aware, we received a card stating we hope you enjoy the rest of your stay. We requested housekeeping and they never came. Thankfully, Richard at the front desk saved the day by bringing towels and toilet paper as the the cleaning staff had already left for the day. Nice hotel, very centrally located, but the team needs training.

We love this hotel. This is the third time that we have stayed here. They are very accomodating. The rooms are very up to date and the amenties far exceed for a Best Western. The breakfast is always full of delicious options and hot foods as well as cold. The coffee always has creamers and flavours avalable. The pool and the game room are always available and it's almost always a pleasurable experience. The sundries shop is very pricey; however, and really could lower some of the prices for those not familiar with the area that just need to eat. I am a diabetic and there really wasn't anything in the sundries that I could eat that was affordable for my budget. other than that, it is very upscale and the room charge is very modest for the service you receive.

First I must say I had nothing but problems from day one of booking, when my account was charged and overdrawn to pay for the room 2 times, the advertisement said you could book now and pay at the hotel so that's what I did. Long story short I had to pay 2 over draft fees then I was told the night before check in my room upgrade was cancelled because they tried to charge my card a 3rd time to pay the upgrade and it was declined. ( I cancelled my card after the 2 other charges) due to the problems with this and trying to get things sorted out with the GM Meg. I will never stay there again or reccomend to anyone to stay there. The second person. working the front desk the night we were there couldnt have cared less to be bothered to answer a few questions for us that we had. Then let's talk about the front desk person that came in around 11? Myself, my daughter and her 2 friends were playing Uno in the breakfast area for a good half hour talking to other guests as they came in saying hello, and a few of them wishing my daughter a happy birthday the reason we were there to begin with. Anyway he came in for his shift looked at us and told us we had to move to another room. Dumbfounded we just looked at him like why, no one had any complaints of us up there. Then a little later before bed I asked him if I could have another pillow, I cant lay flat to sleep, health reasons and he told me they didnt have any pillows left unless I wanted a dirty one, umm ewe no! Now let's get started on the game room which was a surprise to my daughter, some games were turned off, we lost about $5 in quarters from games not working, then the kicker...I went to play a claw machine and what do I find, animals feces on one of the stuffed animals. (I DO HAVE PICTURES AND A VIDEO SO NO ONE CAN ARGUE THAT) *** I WILL SAY THIS, PATRICIA AT THE FRONT DESK WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND I WOULD ONLY HOPE THAT THE REST OF THE STAFF COULD LEARN A THING OR 2 FROM HER, SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!***

The hotel itself is very nice. Rooms were very clean and quiet. They offer a hot breakfast in the morning. The eggs were definitely not even close to real. They were still frozen including the potatoes. I also had a biscuit with gravy. That was cold as well. Everything had to be reheated in the microwave. The gravy tasted like it had some type of cleaner. I ended up getting very sick after. Hotels should go back to regular breakfast room service.

The Best Western Plus exceeded our expectations. Staff was exceptional & accommodating. Rooms were exceptionally clean as was the entire hotel. Very kid friendly w/ pool & game room. Highly recommended!!

I don't usually feel inclined to write reviews of hotels - particularly random ones we book on a road trip. However, we went out of our way to visit this hotel based on really excellent reviews and for the life of me I have no idea why this hotel/motel has such a good rating. Our room was near the breakfast bar where very loud set up started at 6:30 am. The Keurig was broken and the front desk refused to send a new one or a cup of coffee. Instead the insisted on sending an engineer to teach me how to use the machine. That engineer was not informed we had two sleeping children in the room. He was lovely but was unable to teach me how to use a broken Keurig. The window only opened didn't close. I have literally no idea why anyone would go out of their way to visit this place.

We have spent the last 3 New Years Eve's with Meg and her crew. It is the best deal, party and fun you can have. Thank you for being so attentive to our group. I hope to see you again next year. Joe and Ellen Graham

I have family in the area and always choose to stay the Best Western Plus Concordville Hotel over any other hotel. Service is awesome and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Chef Tony makes THE BEST egg white omelets! Wait-staff at the Concordville Inn Restaurant--just a few steps away from the hotel are customer focused, efficient, and wonderful. Don't forget to have the signature crab cakes and snapper soup. They are consistently wonderful! The holiday decorations inside AND outside are beautiful and tastefully done.

The hotel presentation in the lobby, outside and inside is georgous. Everything was great and the room was very comfortable. The hotel staff was very helpul and couteous. Can't complain about the attention.

50 of my friends and I stayed at the BW Plus Concordville Hotel as we were touring the local area. Our stay at this hotel was an incredible highlight of our total PA experience. It was PERFECT in EVERY way from making arrangements 6 months in advance with Lauren Estrada, a seasoned professional, to the warm welcome from Meg Rowe, the General Manager, it was obvious that we were in for a treat: the spacious and immaculately clean rooms, the excellent breakfast options with a “seasoned” omelette chef, the beautiful and elegant entrance foyer, the efficiency of the registration staff....all combined to make our stay most enjoyable. We needed help with a few items and everyone was very accommodating. I want to come back just to stay at the hotel because it was such a warm and welcoming experience.

Everything about this place was first class! From the beautiful lobby, friendly staff, and modern, comfortable room to the most delicious, cooked to order omelet in the morning. Would not even consider any other hotel for our next visit to Longwood Gardens!

This best western was nice,clean and has a friendly staff from the time I walked in to the time I left. The food is what I was expecting The room has plenty of space,big bathroom with the shower. Need to grap the towel be you get on.

The hotel was clean and the hotel service staff and employees were pleasant. The hotel was at a good location for travelers, because it was convenient for drivers and people who flies in from the airport. The Sunday brunch all you can buffet was good.

Comfortable rooms, free breakfast, free internet, dining and bar on site...and attentive helpful staff... what more do you need?? ... this is my new go to accommodations when I'm in town... highly recommended

The room was lovely. The staff are attentive to guests and are well trained in the check in process. The only complaint we had was that the shower have very little hot water, our showers were lukewarm at best. We discovered if you ran the sink on very hot while you shower the bathroom is warm enough for a cool shower.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Was a great stay at a new and very clean hotel. Excellent service with all new ammenities. Bar was excellent, the bartender very accomodating. Rooms were large and very clean.

In the area on business for two months. Wasn't sure what I was going to get at this place but could not have been more pleased. Great building, room, and staff. The breakfast every morning was well prepared. There was even an omelet bar.

Our 2 day stay was for our daughters wedding that was held offsite. Check in and check out was quick and easy, service was friendly. Breakfast was what could be expected for hotel stay. Rooms were decent and clean. The lobby is very nice with the marble stairway

Hotel was beside venue which made it very convenient for all of our guests. Felt that the price could have been better since we had 72 rooms booked for the wedding. Breakfast was served until 10:30 which was nice for our group.

Park out back if attending a function in hotel. The halls/bars etc is in separate building behind hotel. You have to walk across parking lot to get to them. Great place to stay. Breakfast is awesome. Bar gets crowded and is understaffed but nice. Dominos is right up the road and they deliver to hotel if you are looking for a late night pizza. Hotel does not have pizza on menu. We booked a two night stay in a suite. I went to friends room to check out what a standard vs suite is and found it worth the extra 20 bucks a night to have a large, wonderful bathroom verses the standard tiny one. We also had a couch that had a pull out in it but there was only my husband and I that the standard room did not have. The place is listed as the Concordville Inn but it is actually a Best Western Plus. Would definitely stay again if in area.

Imagine you stayed for a week at your favorite hotel and it was even better than the multiple times you visited before. That is exactly what happened to us as we enjoyed the most relaxing night, best tasting omelets and exceptional customer service at the Best Western Plus Concordville Hotel. Here is why: • Before we arrived, I extended our trip by one day so we could visit four of the exquisite nearby gardens. The front desk took an extra step to insure we were able to get the best available rate for the additional night. • The hotel upgraded its pillows to the most comfortable pillows we have slept on. We experienced extraordinary restful and relaxing nights of sleep. • The Omelet Chef, prepared wonderfully delicious omelets that helped us enjoy a healthy breakfast. What an unbelievable experience. The great thing about the Best Western Plus Concordville Hotel is every visit exceeds expectations. If you haven't experienced the Best Western Plus Concordville, give it a try!!

While the hotel itself may be nice, I am a bride to be that is now in a transportation lurch a week and a half before the wedding as a result of their policies with regards to room blocks and shuttle service. As much as a bride would like to have control over when her guests book the hotel, that is way easier said than done. The hotel will reserve a block of rooms for you, but releases anything that has not been booked 45 days before the wedding. While this may be common (I have never done this before,) it does not leave a lot of leeway for guests. While that was in the contract, it is still frustrating, and it would be helpful to brides that work and are planning a wedding on their own, to be let know at least a week before the rooms are released so that they can contact any guests that may not have booked and remind them. When I contacted the person in charge of the group reservations in mid september about shuttle service, I was NOT told that apparently only two of my block of rooms had been booked AND that this meant that the bride and groom and their wedding parties (some who are local and are not staying) would now not be able to use the hotels shuttle service. This I found out now - a week and a half before the wedding. In addition, when I called around two weeks ago because my guests were being told the hotel was fully booked, I was told that my block of rooms was also totally booked. While I understand that the person who told me this may have meant that they were booked by people NOT part of the wedding, I quite understandably thought it meant that my block was booked by people for my wedding. I was very much hoping that they would still be kind enough to accomodate my request (as the bride - who IS staying there) to still let us pay them to have at least one round trip shuttle, but they have refused. I was also planning to have anyone who wanted to stay after the wedding for drinks come to the Concordville Inn bar, but that business will now be taken elsewhere.

This hotel was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff was so nice and very helpful. The beds were so comfortable. I never sleep well at hotels but the beds were nice. Our whole family was there for a wedding. We used the pool, sat by the fire pit and everything was so nice.

I must say I was VERY apprehendous about staying at Best Western since many bad experiences but alas through magic I was required to do such and I was flabbergasted about presentation, staff, the cleanliness of this hotel. Well done, very well done.

Let me just start this by telling you I'm not the type of girl to stay at the Best Western but we were in town for a wedding and the bride had chosen the hotel. The lobby was clean and inviting, the pond and pergolas our front were great for my daily meditation. The arcade downstairs was a total bonus for the kiddos too (would have been a five star review if half of them hadn't been broken). The staff at breakfast worked their butts off and we're very kind!

The Best Western at Glenn Mills was a comforting experience. The rooms were very nice and the Breakfast was very good. The grounds were well maintained. Pool area very clean and game room was a plus for kids.

I am a juvenile probation officer, and have to see some of my juveniles at a nearby juvenile justice facility called Glen Mills Schools. My employer has me stay overnight at the Best Western Concordville Inn when I see these young men. I have been a customer at the Concordville Inn, for a little over nine years now. Every time I am there, I am treated very well by staff. I have gotten to know some of the staff there over the years, especially Meg Rowe (general manager) and Tony, the omelette chef. It's a great place to stay, and the parking is free (unlike if you were to stay at a hotel in nearby downtown Philadelphia). Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed at this Best Western to visit Longwood Gardens. Unexpected elegant marble staircase in the lobby, two weddings the weekend we were there. Clearly there has been a sizable investment in this property and adjacent restaurant/banquet facility. We stayed on the first floor, furthest room from the lobby. Traffic noise was minimal, despite the location on a busy road with construction activity. Bed was comfortable, full size fridge and small microwave. Teeny tiny bed pillows. Not king sized pillows we are used to, and they were a source of aggravation. The bathroom was very stylish, but opted for form over function. TP was mounted on the wall to the left of the toilet, very awkward. The vessel sink was stylish but offered very little room for handwashing. No idea how smaller children could reach the sink to brush teeth or wash hands. Water seemed hard, very little lather in the shower, made my skin feel dry. Very nice towels, sheets crisp and clean. Room well kept. Breakfast was fair, extremely salty eggs, some fruit, milk, cereal. We opted to find a local breakfast cafe (Meghans)the second morning and were happy we did so. We had a very expensive surf and turf at the adjacent restaurant Concordville Inn Saturday night Lobster was good, steak and my husbands filet were very substandard. We regret willfully paying for the meal and would have revisited to chat with management if we had time. Happy hour at the cocktail lounge offered two reasonably priced local brews, along with predictable national brands. Small pool, fire pit that was not lit. Next visit to the area we would likely venture to try another hotel, there are many in the area of Longwood.

We have stayed at Best Westerns before, but this one was exceptional. Nice, clean room. My husband was having surgery at Riddle Hospital the next day so it was convenient for us to get to the hospital in the morning. The staff at Best Western got him a wheelchair and an ice pack and did everything they could to help make him comfortable while we were there. Definitely would recommend this Best Western.

Stayed 2 nights for business. Breadfast was great for my Keto/low carb diet but has a big spread to choose from for non carb counters. Rooms were great for the rate and the hotel has a very nice decor.

This is a a nice property which will look better when the road construction out front is done. There are cute outdoor areas and a play area for kids, teens and energetic adults. The rooms have plenty of space and good lighting. We had 2 rooms and everything worked. The bar and restaurant are in a separate building across the back parking lot. The patio and restaurant are not open very late, so be sure to go early if you want to eat. The pool area is small. Only 2 or 3 chairs in that room. It opens to a sunken deck with more chairs.Breakfast was the standard Best Western cold and hot fare. The staff was quick to clear our empty plates, nicely uniformed. It was like being at the breakfast buffet on a cruise.I recommend this hotel for travelers and for people who want to stay in the area a couple of days.

We were impressed from the moment we entered the parking lot. The hotel is beautiful; the surrounding grounds are beautiful. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was made even more special with an omelette chef and real dishes and flatware!

I received a complimentary upgrade as the guest of the week. What a great surprise. Grandkids loved the new play/sports area. We liked that it was safe and fun. Fresh and delicious omelette in the morning to fuel us all up for a day at Longwood Gardens.

The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean. I usually have a hard time with hotel beds and wake up in pain, not with their beds! I actually got great night sleep. Staff is very friendly. Stayed 4 nights total, 3 in the same room (we ended up booking night 4 last minute) and maid service was fantastic. Omelet chef is a fantastic bonus, love the breakfast. Everything is clean and well cared for. Feels very upscale without the upscale price. What you see in the photos is what you get (some places the photos are deceptive, not here!) We loved the hotel and would stay there again. They have an indoor pool.

This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. If you have time, it would be best to stay for a few days. There is so much to see and do in the area. Longwood Gardens is very near and you need lots of time to experience this marvel. Learn all about mushrooms in Kennett Square. Stroll through the Jenkins gardens in Devon. But, I digress.....The Best Western, as always was just as we expected. They are always clean, well appointed, comfortable and just what we need. The customer service is perfect, both with the hotels and the company. This hotel was no exception. I wish that all my hotel stays could be at a Best Western. They all have great breakfasts, but this one had a chef making omlets to order.

I spent 2 weeks on business here my first time . You never know what to expect. But a wonderful experience and amazing people! From check in to check out everyone has there to help and speed you along. Kim is the glue and the person who keeps it running smooth and whirling like a top.The omelet chief is amazing and so fast and accommodating and so sweet and speaks to everyone. Making sure they get their order correctly. Rooms very quiet and very clean! Housekeeping is very accommodating for if sleeping in. Trip July 2017 Second trip for a wedding was the same. Amazed people remember your name and say welcome back. Over all the hotel is spacious ad close to Route 1 and I 95. Get to Philly airport in 15 without traffic. Going back next May 2019 for conference in Delaware.

Really nice hotel, clean and stylish. Room was nice and big. King bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was an added bonus along with the free parking. I guess the only negative is that the lounge is detached and across the parking lot. I would absolutely stay again.

Excellent facility. We've been staying there for years and have never been disappointed with the room, breakfast, and service. Breakfast includes omelets to order among other items. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a hotel in this area.

From walking into the front till leaving next day everyone was friendly and congenial. The rooms were very clean and actually smelled very fresh. Breakfast was amazing and the bar and restaurant behind hotel was also great. Would stay here again!!!

The "best" Best Western we have stayed in. The hotel feels like a luxury hotel at reasonable price. The customer service is outstanding, the amenities are unbeatable. My kids love the pool and game room. The complimentary breakfast is unbeatable and the proximity of the restaurant and room service option is great with the kids. I would recommend this hotel, to families with kids, without kids, couples. It is incredible hotel for all needs.

We have been staying at the BW Concordville annually for the past 8 years - each time we visit Longwood Gardens. The hotel is set on beautiful grounds. The hotel itself is very attractive - a marble staircase. Breakfast is always good and plenty of places to sit. The staff are friendly and very attentive. There is a restaurant and bar on the grounds, outside the hotel. Drinks are reasonably priced and nice atmosphere. I highly recommend the BW Concordville if you're in the area.

Great Hotel, Awesome Service, Best Breakfast, our favorite Best Western Location! We go out of our way to stay at this location. Only negative is the road construction in the area, front entrance a little hard to get in & out of.

Fantastic hotel. Everything was perfect, from the staff greeting to the room. Highly recommend. We arrived after 4pm our room was ready. Asked for rooms close together, we're traveling with my children. Staff made every effort to get the rooms close together. Perfect!!

Hotel is beautiful and fancy. It has all kinds of things like an arcade with a pool table. A basketball court, you can play corn hole and more. Staff is wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel has an omelette chef which was a nice treat

BEWARE: 3 nights and were not informed rates change every night. Spoke with Megan, manager on duty, she said they always inform inquiries. It did not happen to us. Shocked 3 nights booked and different rates per night. Suggest asking when booking at Best Western about their multi rate policy when booking multi nights.

My little family of 3 just stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful inside and out and the property is kept in very good condition. There is some age showing in a few places but I'd say it's aging with grace and being kept up really well. The hotel is extremely clean and seemed to be run in an efficient manner. We enjoyed all the outdoor spaces--the tables,chairs, gazebo and games court. I encountered 4 different people at the front desk and while they were all professional only 1 was friendly. To be honest talking with them made me feel uncomfortable because of it. They were not rude in any way; just not friendly. We ended up parking in the back of the hotel most of the time to avoid the lobby and the employees there. The cleaning staff were very professional and did a wonderful job. The breakfast was amazing! We had made to order omelets every morning and they were the best I've ever had. My daughter had the waffles and cereal and we also enjoyed the fried potatoes and yogurt and toast. There were a few different types of meats and fresh fruit and also sausage gravy and biscuits. I'm sorry that I didn't get his name but there was a gentleman working the breakfast area who was top notch and super nice. He made us feel like we were dining in a 5 star restaurant. The real plates, silverware and coffee mugs were also a nice touch and the room for breakfast was very large with plenty of room to move around. We had asked for our room to be in a quiet area to make things easier for our daughter who has special needs. While I could hear a few men talking outside our door in the morning it was super quiet where our room was located and we were very pleased. The rooms were spacious and had plenty of room for luggage and bags (which can be a problem in some hotels). The bathroom was very nicely arranged and also had plenty of room. We didn't use the TV during our stay but it was a really large flat screen. We also had a chair and footrest in our room as well as a table lamp next to it. The room included a desk with a comfortable chair and then a partial dresser/fridge furniture which held the TV. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and I liked the feel of the bedding. My dings for the room would be that in this day and age it's rare to not have a single USB port in the room. It was a little inconvenient to not have one. Also I think double beds should just be done away with in hotels. My husband and I didn't sleep really well because there wasn't a lot of room for us in the same bed. He spent half of a night sleeping in the chair. The room has plenty of space to hold 2 Queen beds. In fact this is the only single point of contention that would have me think twice about using this hotel again when we come back to the area. There is a game room which looked fun and we tried to use it. The games were really old and while retro can be fun (a few games were) some were just run down and a waste of money because the joy sticks didn't work good and the prize machines and gumball machines were almost all empty so not a lot of fun with those. Not enough of an issue to ding the hotel but just mentioning. We also had an issue with the chemicals of the indoor pool being too strong or perhaps being out of wack. My husband did not open his eyes under water but when he came up his eyes were burning so bad he blindly had to make his way out of the pool. I've never seen him in so much pain before and I thought I'd have to take him to the hospital. He eventually was able to make it to the restroom and dunk his head under water for a little relief. We had to go to the pharmacy and get eye drops and he's still using them 2 days later. My daughter had water go up her nose and she immediately developed a migraine. Something was definitely wrong with the chemicals. We asked the gentleman at the front desk if he could check the levels and he was concerned and went right away down to the pool to check. We didn't hear the outcome of what happened though as they didn't take our name or room number. All in all a very pleasant and amazing stay with only the pool hiccup and the small beds.

My wife and I stayed here overnight as we were in the area for the evening lighted fountain show at Longwood Gardens. The hotel was immaculate. The room comfortable and quiet. In an adjacent building was there "real" bar and restaurant. We were extremely impressed. Seriously there is no competition at their price point.

Wow. An elegant Best Western. They deserve the title "Plus". I thought I was staying at a six star hotel. Everything --- and I mean everything --- about this hotel was outstanding. The room, the property, the meals, the ambiance, the staff. And do they ever put on a great breakfast for their guests! Wow. I can't say enough good things about this place. I am sure we will stay here again.

Very elegant; not what I was expecting from a Best Western. Clean and conveniently located. Complementary breakfast includes an omelet of your choice prepared freshly while you wait. It was outstanding!

Hotel is beautiful outside. Even with the construction on the road making it difficult to go in and out. Room was very clean. We did have an issue with the toilet that we had to hold the handle for the bowl to flush all the way but not a major problem. I even think was this was the room we stayed in a few years ago with the toilet except it leaked. Our check in was ok as the person checking us in was not very pleasant and it seemed as we were bothering him. Gave us very little information except that breakfast was from 7:30 to 10:30 on the second floor. Did not tell us anything thing else. We expected to have the omelets but the omelet guy was not there. Very disappointed this trip as the first time we stayed there the staff was very friendly and the omelet guy was there.

This hotel was beautiful. The room was very clean and even smelled fresh. We requested an early check in and they were able to accommodate our request. The beds were comfy and the pillows were amazing. The grounds were also beautiful with two ponds with fish and a gazebo. There were geese in them as well, and because of this there were geese feces all over the driveways. So messy. I even went to walk down to the pond and I felt as if I had to wash my shoes off afterward. That is my ONLY complaint. The staff were all super friendly and breakfast was your normal continental breakfast (it was the weekend so we couldn't enjoy the omelets). Id definitely stay here again, and Id suggest others to do so as well!

This is a very popular hotel because when we booked with them, they only had one room available and we would have liked two. (Thanks to a cancellation, we got a second room later). So if you are considering this place, I recommend booking early. It seems very popular with repeat-customers and business travelers in the area, and during our stay, a college sports team filled up the hotel, so the breakfast crowd is very busy. To my surprise, this is not a newly built hotel building, but a hotel that has been extensively remodelled and updated. This is indicative by the lack of bathroom fan in the bathroom (it uses old-style air vent) and the air conditioning unit in the wall, but despite this, I didn't mind. Breakfast is very busy with all the visitors, and as you can see from other reviews, there is a popular omelet bar. The omelet maker is a very kind person who remembered us on subsequent mornings and what we had asked for before, and we appreciate his service. There is another employee in the breakfast area who eats breakfast at the hotel however, and she told us we could not put our bread bun through the conveyor toaster. We are not a fan of the bread offerings, so we brought one of our own, but we weren't too happy about her. Some of the other staff seem to have a bit of an attitude (I'm busy, what do you want) but it didn't bother me much. Lastly: `as a clean freak about hotels, I do not like elevators so much, and use stairs when practical, so I used the fire escape stairwell at the end of the hall a lot. The door handles on the stairwell doors need to be cleaned. Advice to future visitors: it is easier to enter from the back street to the back parking lot of the hotel, while Conchester Road is under construction for the next year or so. The soundproofing is not perfect: I can hear everything going on in the hallway outside the door (and in a surprising twist, the party across the hall came and asked if their music was too loud and turned themselves down), and sometimes the room above, so light sleepers and secret conversationalists should look elsewhere.

My wife and I decided to stay here on our trip to Pennsylvania and this hotel was sensational. All of the staff members went above and beyond to accommodate us. We felt like royalty here. That is a feeling that we aren't used to. Our room was big and spacious and clean. The property is run like clockwork. You ask, they do. And they do well. The hotel is on US Route 322, but is within close proximity to US Route 1, US Route 202, PA Route 100, I-95, and I-476. We will definitely stay here again

What a wonderful hotel. Entering the property the visitor is greeted by a lovely pond, gazebo, and waterfowl. The lobby is attractive and the staff is welcoming. I required a handicap room which has ample space to move around and a shower with a stool, a handheld sprayer and ample grab bars. The room is tastefully decorated. There is a swimming pool with a handicap lift. For those into it, there is an awesome game room and a good fitness center. Like many hotels, breakfast is free, but unlike others, there is a chef to make omelette and lots of goodies. The entire experience is wonderful.

Best mattress ever! (Simmons Beauty Rest Felicity, they said.) Beautiful grounds! Great location. Hot breakfast with omelette chef; cubed potatoes have just the right amount of chili peppers sprinkled on them to give you a dopamine rush; good coffee; crisp bacon. Ample parking. Beautiful decor with nice marble accents. Classical music. Friendly staff.

We were very pleased with our recent stay at the Best Western plus. First impression was that the hotel has great curb appeal and also a lovely lobby. Front desk manager Shawn was a wonderful help and very pleasant to deal with.There is a sports area outside too with basketball, cornhole, etc that unfortunately wasn't open yet - but will be in a few weeks. I think kids will love that. Nice furniture, quiet places to sit outside. Pretty gazebos on property. Pool and game room for the kids. Full breakfast with plenty of seating. Restaurant across the parking lot very convenient and also the hotel is close to many other places to eat and shop. Rooms clean and nice. Large bathrooms (one flaw is that the showerheads were not very powerful). Overall a really good experience and if we play any more baseball tournaments in the area, we will definitely be back.

As a Guest sometimes you feel like the hotel is trying to save money. Not at the Best Western PLUS Concordville. I felt like someone had won a lottery and was trying to share it with me! So many little touches. Omlette bar with Awesome chef cooking to your preference at 6:30 am (no extra charge)! Plentiful quality toiletries and towels. Very comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean and fresh. Even putting the ironing board in a little closet that was not only wallpapered, but lit, so I could see to get it out easily. Marble in the beautiful lobby and elevator. Easy to see why this Best Western PLUS has won so many awards. This hotel isn't trying to be pretentious. Their friendly team just works really hard at looking for ways to improve the Guest experience. I drove 35 minutes from Philadelphia where Rooms were double the price and parking was an extra $45. Here parking is free and everything is set up to help you relax. Pond and Gazebo (they do weddings and business conferences). Will return!!

This hotel is very pretty. The lobby is grand, clean and spacious. The rooms are large; breakfast is great. Their is a chef who cooks made to order omelets. There is a restaurant on site. There also is a kerig coffee maker in the room and in the lobby. Close to the Brandywine Museum and Nemours Estate.

This an excellent Best Western. The property is very well kept and the rooms are super clean. The breakfast is excellent and plenty of seating. The staff is very easy to deal with and check-in and check-out is a breeze. Would say this is one of the best Best Western we have stayed at.

We booked this hotel based upon the great reviews and were not disappointed. We stayed here because we attended a soccer match at the Talen Energy Center. Good area with restaurant and shopping options. Have not stayed in a Best Western in many years due to the decline in the brand. This hotel shows the vast improvement in the hotel chain. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

After sad experience with Brandywine River Hotel on Chadds Ford on reservation, I've got blessed with one the best accommodation on Best Western Plus Concordville Hotel, Glen Mills, PENNSYLVANIA. The hotel building , amenities and staff are excellent.

We stayed at the Best Western in Concordville for six days while visiting friends and family in Pennsylvania. Very nice place to stay. Clean, great bed, good breakfast, very attractive setting. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything good about this hotel. Staff welcoming and helpful. Public areas very attractive and open Room well equipped, clean, and spacious, excellent shower. The location is perfect to visit Longwood Gardens. The included breakfast was absolutely great - really good hot food, freshly made, great selection of breads, pastries, fruit and cereals. Just nothing I could fault it on - very heavily recommended.

I've stayed at the Concordville BW many times over the past 4 years. It's always been a good experience and can be a good value when you book at the right time. There are less expensive options in the area, but none are better at combining good service with clean, modern rooms and reasonable prices. They offer a large suite on the top floor that's outstanding. I highly recommend.

Rooms were clean, beds were cozy, liked having breakfast in the morning, friendly staff i would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are in the area, we came for a wedding at concordville inn so it was very conveniently located

I had never been to this area of Pennsylvania before. I was looking on-line for hotels and found this hotel. Wonderful experience! The staff was tremendous ( Kim, the dining manager and Tony, the breakfast chef) did an outstanding job. The appearance of the motel was very nice (paint, windows, etc) The grounds were like a park (freshly mown lawns and three gazebos) The rooms were impeccably clean. All the fixtures were well kept and functional. There is no restaurant or lounge connected to the hotel itself. But, both are literally a one minute paved walk directly from the hotel. I would highly recommend staying here. Great experience!

Beautiful newly renovated hotel with all new everything! Room was very comfortable and clean. Although we didn't use them, we were very impressed with the pool area and fitness room which seemed much nicer then recent locations we were at. And the arcade room!!! If we had kids with us, this would have been a welcome area to entertain the family. Can't say enough about the breakfast offering. It was hands down, the best one we've experienced so far at a Best Western location.

Prepare to be stunned when you first enter this beautiful hotel. All white marble two stories high including semi circular staircase. Attentive staff just adds to the experience. I have never reviewed an elevator but wait till you see these. Guest rooms are very nicely appointed and the beds so comfortable they beg you to lay down. Bathrooms are beautiful. Wake up to a morning breakfast that is sure to be a great way to start your day. They have an omelet station where your omelet is made to order. The food bar always has tasty bacon and sausage with breakfast potatoes etc.. Fresh fruit is that ...fresh... and the coffee good.

My mom and I stayed here over the weekend with my 2 and 3.5 year old boys. They accommodated my request to have a 1st floor room due to a double stroller and arriving late at night. We spent a lot of time in the game room and pool, they had a blast! It was so convenient to have breakfast right there, with a lot of options, so we didn't have to drag the boys back and forth. I would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

We were in Aston, PA for our Grandson's hockey game and needed a place to stay.... found getaroom on the TA site and booked...what a beautiful hotel. We were a very late check-in and the staff was so sweet. Made us feel very welcome... The grounds and the lobby are magnificent. The included buffet breakfast with omelet station was the nicest 'included breakfast' we have had in years.... I hope we have to visit again soon. It looks as if they do weddings...awesome photo ops. Would definitely stay here again!!??

Clean, like new accommodations with a good restaurant, the Concordville Inn adjacent to Hotel. My wife and I arrived at Noon, had a good relaxing lunch at the Inn, and the hotel allowed an early check in so was able to get some rest before attending a organization meeting at the Concordville Inn.

My mother, daughter and I stayed at Best Western Plus Concordville for one night before going to Longwood Gardens the next day. Check-in was quick , and all of the hotel we saw was very clean. Our rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and we had plenty of space. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was ample and my omelette was delicious! I definitely would stay here again.

Best Westerns (in my opinion) can be hit or miss. This one is a firm hit. Really smart hotel set back from the road. Quiet location, roadworks going on currently but these didnt cause any impact. Tidy, smart, clean and comfortable rooms with good beds. Good space. Little limited on evening meal options but you can cross the road and take a five-ten minute stroll to some good restaurants, shops, starbucks etc. Great fitness room, nice pool - although a tad cool and could do with being open from 6/7am not 9am as it restricts an early swim. Included breakfast was really nice, good choice of items, omelette chef in the week and a waffle station - good mix of items. Staff were all good, friendly and no issue. Would stay her again for sure. About 25 mins to PHL airport, 10mins to West Chester. Nice for business or tourists exploring the area, good base.

We were visiting friends in the are and were pleasantly surprised with everything! The check-in was efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was refreshing. The breakfast was plentiful. We also enjoyed the hotel restaurant. We would return!

We stayed here for one night and did not use all of the hotel amenities. The hotel is very nice and appears to be brand new or recently renovated. Our room was nice and clean and breakfast included a chef at an omelet station. There is a restaurant on the property; we had pulled into the hotel after the prime dinner hour however the restaurant served us well and the food was good.

Horrible Customer Service! I needed to check out a day earlier then expected so at 1030a on a Saturday morning I approached the front desk clerk (Deb?) and requested a late check out for 1pm. The desk clerk asked me why? I replied because I don't feel well. Never have I've been ask that from any hotels before and I found it quite partculiar, but no big deal - BW likes to know these things. The desk clerk entered the excuse into the hotel computer. I returned home. 2 days later I check my credit card statement and BW charged me for the room that Saturday night. I called and complained. They said they have no record of me requesting a late check out. What a bunch of BS! Check your records again and check the security cameras. I know that that desk clerk typed my request into her computer and now I am getting boned. Never again will I stay at a Best Western. I received a voice mail from Meg (the mgr) saying that I was within the 24hr cancellation timeframe. How come the desk clerk never mentioned that to me? Deb didn't seem incompetent to me. Just a nasty tactic Meg the Mgr uses on her customers. Never again will I stay at a Best Western. I will stick with either Hilton or Marriott. I never encountered a problem with them... ever. It's no wonder they lead the way in customer satisfaction.

We had the pleasure of staying in this hotel for 5 nights last week. I have to say it is the best BW hotel we have EVER stayed in. The staff are awesome and very helpful, anyone we encountered were top notch with customer service. The rooms are very nice, along with the grounds. Breakfast was amazing, their coffee the best I've had at BW. Book your stay with confidence:)

You're booking a one night hotel stay for a weekend getaway for your birthday over Easter holiday so you can visit some area wineries. The ratings for this hotel, perfectly centrally located, were tops. So we booked. Easy to find, ample parking, even on a property with a long respected restaurant tbat delivers room service. Check in was pleasant with free fruit to welcome you. The lobby... a marble explosion... a bit much but they tried to go for opulence. The rooms... very comfortable with all the little amenities and a nice sink into bed. The breakfast... not just your normal fare... real fresh eggs, chunky juicy sausage, fresh biscuits with sausage gravy, fresh oatmeal, waffles, a cereal bar, fresh fruit. If you couldn't find what you liked here, you're a true fuss pot. Delicious! To top it off... in the morning we opened our door and there was a full size Easter basket on the latch, filled with little candy treats. Wow! What a lovely surprise. We will definitely stay again when here in the area.

Definitely worth it for the price! Came for a weekend to visit friends so we weren't in the hotel room often, but with two little ones, the pool and breakfast were perfect. Very clean and spacious. Also, staff was very friendly and patient with my noisy kids. Highly recommend.

Absolutely a gem of hotel outside of Philadelphia and close to south New Jersey. All the staff members we dealt with were excellent , helpful and kind. The breakfast was clean, plentiful and fresh. Great choices for in-room coffee.

Had business in the area, booked room via EXPEDIA, and upon arrival, was very pleasantly surprised.The facility is beautiful, clean, and very modern. The staff were excellent, and very friendly. would highly recommend.

This hotel was very modern and clean with top quality beds. The breakfast alone was worth it, and I don't normally eat hotel breakfasts, but they had a guy making omelettes fresh who was excellent. Just check-in is slow.

We came to the Best Western Plus to escape driving in the recent snowstorm. It exceeded most expectations. There was some type of mixup with Hotels.com and Guest Reservations. We paid for a king suite, but Hotels.com sent it as a standard room. This was rectified by Best Western graciously upgrading us to a 2 bedroom family suite with 3 TVs and 2 bathrooms. It was immaculate. The room itself was thoughtfully laid out and tastefully decorated. An improvement could be made , however, with communication between housekeeping and the front desk, as the room was actually ready for us about 45 minutes before I inquired. We patiently waited in the lobby while we thought the room was getting ready. We dined at the nearby Concordia Inn which is a short walk through the upper parking lot. There is also a bar with a dining area in the bar area of the Inn. The included breakfast was exceptional. Also there was a lot of room to sit and eat breakfast to help avoid waiting for a table to be vacated. This is a well run hotel in a prime location across the street from CHOP. An outdoor shopping area with restaurants is also nearby. You won't be disappointed staying here.

There are many hotels to choose from closer to my destination, but this is the one I will always choose. The staff recognizes me and always makes me feel welcome. The lobby is gorgeous. The garden, pond, and gazebo are charming (though I miss the ducks). There's an indoor pool and exercise room and an outdoor patio off the pool. The rooms are clean and well-appointed. The complimentary breakfast is good, and definitely have chef Terry make you an omelet (though he's not there on weekends); they are delicious. I always look forward to staying here.

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in for the money. We wanted to stay outside Philadelphia and just drive in for a day's visit and I picked this place. The staff is very friendly and informative making everything crystal clear. The entire hotel inside and outside the room was spotless. Good size room also. To top it off we had an omlet chef for our breakfast with the breakfast included in the very reasonable priced stay. Don't hesitate to stay here!

I highly recommend this beautiful , clean Best Western with a very caring staff , indoor pool , fitness center and even a game room. The Historic Concordville Inn is also on the property and the food is just exquisite.

We had read the reviews and decided to book a night at the hotel. It exceeded our expectations. We would stay here again when we are in the area visiting Longwood Gardens. The made to order omelet station was a treat and delicious.

Outstanding experience at the Best Western Concordville Hotel. I have family in the area and choose to stay here exclusively when I come back to visit. Chef Tony is the BEST! Custom omelets in the morning--no better way to start the day. Great value, consistent high quality and service. Cheerful, accommodating staff.

The Best Western Plus was a great value and a convenient to Longwood Gardens. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and our special requests were taken care of us. I would choose this hotel again when in the area.

This hotel is lovely! The rooms beautifully appointed and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful and eager to be of assistance. The breakfast they serve is very good with ample choices. They have a very nice pool and game room too! Definitely make this a stop when you're in the area!

I've done Longwood + hotel packages and this has been the best hotel in my experience. It was a bit farther from Longwood than expected, but it was close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Best of all, in the morning they served a REAL breakfast, with a custom omelet station. We stayed at the hotel during some sort of ice hockey gathering, but the room and hallways were quiet despite the teens, and the super man making the omelets managed to keep the line moving and everyone fed. The hotel was clean, attentive staff present, and the bed was comfortable. It was convenient to have untimed Longwood tickets to go in whenever we wanted.

This hotel is beautiful, looks recently remodeled . Great location. All staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good which included Chef made individual omelets. The restaurant next door was very convenient.

If you are staying late for a light show at Longwood Gardens, this is a terrific hotel to spend the night. Nice, clean rooms & a fantastic buffet breakfast. Kudos to the omelette chef - he works several pans at once like an octopus. Very friendly hotel staff.

The hotel is eye catching from the road & the inside is just as lovely. Loved the room, the bed, the lobby, & the gazebos/landscaping were awesome. Great staff--everyone very polite & friendly. Will stay again!

Booked this hotel online, turns out there was a mix-up with the pricing online but the hotel still honored the very affordable pricing. The room was very clean and spacious but cozy. The bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was great. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again. Great location close to many shops and restaurants.

We stayed here to attend the Army Navy Football game. Easy access to highway to get into and out of Philly. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The front desk staff was very welcoming and provided us with immediate attention upon arrival. We had the one bedroom suite and there was plenty of room for us to move around. The room was clean, bedding was comfortable, entire staff was very friendly. We would stay here again. Breakfast selection was more than we anticipated and there was plenty of seating. Great hotel at a great price!!

We purchased the package including Longwood Gardens, the art museum and Winterthur along with dinner at the Concordville Inn. We had a great time and enjoyed the hotel and the activities and the area.

Nice quiet area. Restaurant and bar on premises. Also, other places to eat nearby. Hotel was exceptionally clean, and lobby is beautiful, as were the rooms. Breakfast was ok, with scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit, breads, yogurt, waffles, juices and coffees.

I stayed overnight for a company event (held at the hotel ballroom). The property was really well maintained, the room is clean and spacious, everything in working order. The complimentary breakfast has both hot food, cold food, and made to order options which was very good and tasty. The staff who I encountered were all friendly and helpful For what I paid for the night, I thought it was really worth it.

I was really disappointed with the attitudes of the people at the front desk and on the phone when calling for reservations. The maid walked in on my husband after being told to wait. When I told the front desk at check out it didn't seem to be a concern of theirs.

The hotel décor was new and fresh. Our room was a great size for the price. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and was the best we ever had at a hotel. I really appreciated the made to order egg station. We have already recommended this hotel to co-workers and family members.
