Best Western Plus Peak Vista Inn & Suites

We chose this hotel because of its affordable prices and good reputation, and got something extra in return: great service, a welcoming environment, friendly staff, and a wonderful place to stay. Our check-in process went super smoothly and our room comfortable and clean. It wasn't fancy, but it had subtle decorations and everything was modern and new. The water pressure in the shower was superb! We had a nice view of the mountains from our room. The lobby was a great place to hang out (we saw a lot of other guests socializing here as well), and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good! The pool looked clean and friendly, although we didn't have a chance to use it.

The Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The lobby has lots of sitting room and tables. The room I stayed in was cozy with a view of Pikes Peak and a clean bathroom which is a must for me. The biggest drawback in my opinion is the parking lot. The parking spaces were cramped.

The building and lobby are quintessential Colorado with stone and carved wrought iron fencing and a beautiful view of Pikes Peak. A very unique high end intro. The front desk staff are the most welcoming and helpful I've met. Made the stay even better. The breakfast is good like every BW. The room was clean and comfortable and walls thick enough to afford quiet and privacy. The hallway carpets are oddly stained for such a well maintained place but no strange odors in the halls. Excellent place to stay.

We were in Colorado Springs for my wife's foot surgery, rather than her having to ride in the car 2 hours after surgery we booked a room for a couple days here, they we very accommodating, gave us a handicap room so it would be easier for her, hot breakfast was very good , over all an excellent experience.

This place is our GO TO when coming to Colorado Springs to see family! The staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable and there is also breakfast. Feels like home away from our home!!!

The hotel was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, someone always there making sure it was stocked and clean. The room was nice, and clean. I loved the shower with the rain shower head.

Another great stay at the BW Peak Vista Inn & Suites. Great service. Wonderful staff and a comfy clean room. The view was amazing from the 4th floor. The water in the lobby is AMAZING. The property is nicely located and there are discounts at local eateries.

Bed was very good and temperature was easily adjustable. We were at the end of the hall, and hot water was a bit slow reaching our location. Everything was accessible and we were able to maneuver our power wheelchair and scooter without difficulty. An overall pleasant experience.

This is my to go place when traveling . It is Perfect for business family or a weekend getaway they have a pool and a hot tub . The breakfast is bomb !!! We love it here we will be back ! Next year

High quality, new facility. Mattress firm. Fridge large for under counter style. Variety of pillows. Staff friendly and attentive. Plumbing problem fixed immediately. Exit door near end of hallway has steps only, but walk down hallway from lobby is fairly short.

All around one of the best places we've stayed at. Conveniently located, clean, quiet and everyone we met were friendly. There were plenty of food choices in the area. The views of the mountains were great.

Stayed for 1 night, the room was clean. The best part was the helpful front desk staff who let us keep our luggage there before check in and after check out. There is a restaurant right next door which is good. The breakfast was just ok. Convenient location to highway

Erick at the front desk is AWESOME!!! He went above and beyond helping us since we were in an unusual situation. He is one of the best hotel clerks I have ever had. The room is nice and comfortable. The shower is updated, very nice and the best shower head ever! Instant hot water every time! The hand towels are a bit thin, but other than that, no complaints. We are thankful for the help we received from him and enjoyed our stay.

Entire building super clean and smells good. Everyone there so nice and helpful. The free breakfast was definitely a bonus! Food was good! The pool was very clean and hot tub was nice and relaxing! Will definitely book here again when traveling!

We booked a King Suite, it ended up being a handicap room, pretty old and stark bathroom, sink attached to wall, no counter. The room rate was about double because of an AFA football game nearby which we were not in town for. Breakfast was pretty awful, bagged scrambled eggs, a yogurt machine that was just sweetened vanilla, etc. Bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. Not up the ratings, and very disappointed in the quality of the room and food based on the exaggerated price. Best Western is off my list forever.

Booked a King room, TV didn't work, lights in bathroom didn't work, lights on the dresser didn't work, Refrigerator didn't work and had to stay in that room bc there was nothing else available. Next day was moved into a queen room (which is cheaper) and still paid the rate of the king bed. Staff was extremely nice though. Due to having pets we were on the first floor where all the other pets where so there was a lot of barking.

Some of the friendliest staff that I have ever encountered. The pool area had suffered some damage but the hotel is in the process of rectifying this so I would not hold that particular situation against giving the hotel an excellent rating!! I met some the nicest people over breakfast. I enjoyed my stay completely.

Very comfortable room!! Very clean and the bed and pillows were perfect!! Quiet room. Great breakfast and fresh! Very personable front desk staff that let us know when our room was ready and checked us in an hour early.

Great location! Get a mountain view room. You will be looking at Pike's Peak. Within 15 minutes to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and downtown Colorado Springs. Clean room. Nice modern bath with large walk-in shower. Very quiet and definitely dog friendly. We didn't have ours during the stay but saw lots of fur babies while there. Breakfast isn't my "go to" meal and as long as you aren't depending on a wonderful breakfast experience the breakfast included should suffice. The eggs were not great, pretty sure from powder. They had toast, English muffins, cereals, pancakes, yogurt and bananas and/or apples (depending on the day). For the price I would definitely consider staying there again.

Beautiful hotel. We met friends for dinner and the hotel was conveniently located to a variety of restaurants. The rooms were clean and great, the staff was very friendly and the bed was soft and comfortable.

Hotel has easy highway access, as well wide variety hotels in area to choose from, food - restaurants to grocery stores just a short drive away. Tourist attractions as well easy access. Front desk staff very friendly and willing to help out any way possible!

The room was great. Comfy beds, just right. Great location. Nice amenities, (pool, work out center, hot tub, breakfast). Very good staff, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, sense of humor. We stayed here with our family and our dog. Very dog friendly.

The room was very comfortable. The hotel attendant on Saturday when we arrived was very friendly, helpful and he remembered us from last time. The breakfast, however, was disappointing. The eggs are not real eggs. We are both vegetarians and the options are very minimal. We don't know why you eliminated the oatmeal packets so that we would have another option to enjoy. My wife is gluten-free and there was so little offered that she could eat. We appreciated the apples and oatmilk with the cereal, but missed the bananas also. The breakfast attendant was very helpful and diligent.

This hotel is overly hyped by other TripAdvisor reviews. This is not a charming hotel. It is fine, near many other hotels, and not as rustic as its photo suggests. It is about 15 min to Garden of the Gods. Due to thin walls, heard TV and kids from next room. Small pool. Two tables outside in front of hotel. Free breakfast is only ok: yogurt machine kept running out. Cappuccino & latte from machine were lacking in flavor. Comfortable beds.

Had a very nice experience at the BW Plus Peak Vista! Check in was flawless, and the room was clean with a nice mountain view of Pikes Peak and the corner of the Garden of the Gods. All in all a nice place to recommend!

This was a clean and comfortable hotel for our one night stay while passing through Colorado Springs. The breakfast had several options for anyone's taste and there were multiple restaurants near the hotel as well.

Everything was good. Cleanliness could have been just a little bit better but not much. Bathroom layout was such that you have barely enough room to wipe your rear. Condition of property was not perfect but ok.

Third time visiting here and maybe because it was hot July, the halls, room and elevator were stuffy and musty, not really fresh and airy. The room was clean and lovely with our Pike's peak view/sitting area and the front desk staff were very friendly. I love the fact that they offer adults only swim from 10-12 pm. I wasn't able to get down there, but what a nice option. Disappointed with the few items I grabbed off the breakfast area to take on the go (muffins, pastries), both were stale/hard (not pre-packaged, not fresh?). Will definitely return but I hope it doesn't continue to trend downward.

Nice hotel. Parking spaces are very small. The handicap parking was just normal parking space with no additional room to open car door fully. Good breakfast. The pool was open and great to use. Easy to get to hotel from I-25

Beautiful stay in corner king suite, mountain view, our room of choice. Breakfast is always great with Green Chili Stew. I was looking forward to Blueberry sScones but not on the breakfast bar this time.

The friendliest most helpful front desk staff! I called a couple times. Once to see if we could have rooms next to each other, and again after i added a third room to see if that could be next to the other two. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Once at the hotel, the front desk to the breakfast room staff were all amazing!

No complaints— nice place AND nice staff. We were here three nights with our small dog and we liked it. In a long auto tour from Virginia to Oklahoma to Colorado to NM to west Texas and then east on I-10, this was the 2nd best place, second to Westin Hilton Head. We would happy to stay here again.

From the GM on down to the Front Desk Agents, Housekeepers, and Breakfast prep, everyone is friendly and accommodating. The Peak Vista Inn & Suites is my go-to hotel whenever I travel to Colorado Springs. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I always look forward to a dip in the pool, then into the hot tub to relax the stress of driving. The breakfast varies each day, and is a combination of hot and cold selections.

Very welcoming and helpful staff at the front desk. The breakfast contained a variety of tasty foods--from hot and cold cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, eggs, pancakes, meats--and the bed and room were very comfortable. Location was ideal for us since we hiked at the Garden of the Gods Park, and there were plenty of locations for meal choices, too.

Very well located close to everything. The day we came they had a water issue and people waiting for their check in and they were full and masterfully managed the crisis. Thumbs up to the manager and front staff for their outstanding job. The hotel is kept clean and the bedroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable same goes for the pillows.

We really enjoyed this hotel! We stayed in a king suite with a Mountain View. It has a little sitting area by the window to look at the mountains. Beautiful! They have a well kept indoor pool & jacuzzi. One of the nice things we liked is adults only from 10pm-midnight! It was really nice after a long day of hiking. The staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was great. The absolute best thing…. the water pressure in the shower!!! We would highly recommend this hotel & will be back!

Quiet place and there were lots of people. Bed was comfy. Staff were super nice. Convenient restaurant next door. Pet friendly, our dog had a good time too! We felt very safe. There was a free breakfast which we didn't partake because we were in a hurry, but others seemed to be enjoying it as we departed.

I would definitely say book in advance the price was way cheaper a week and a half before then if you book it last minute. Amazing breakfast one of the best. Terrific staff super friendly. Pool and jacuzzi works emaculate. Best trip to Colorado.

To say that this hotel exceeded my expectations is an understatement. They went above and beyond for me and my family. I have a four-year-old son who loves to talk and they were so great with him. Anytime we needed anything they were always available. They offered, their knowledge of the city when asked and always asked how our day went when we walked through the doors. After a long day of exploring in a new city, it was nice to go back to a place that was clean and always had a person greeting you with a smile!

Great hotel, friendly front desk staff. Very good hot breakfast. Hotel in a good safe location. Close to the highway and not too far from the airport. Heated pool and hot tub was relaxing after a day of hiking.

Staff was very pleasant. Room was clean. Beds/sheets are a bit stiff but still not bad. They serve breakfast in the morning for a few hours but we did not try that so I can't weigh in on that portion.

I booked this on a whim driving through on my way home. Check in I was greeted and she was super nice. I had a dog and it was the best experience with the fur baby. I even asked "can my dog sleep on the bed or do I need to put an extra blanket on the bed? " Best response: "your dog can go anywhere in the room with you and sleep anywhere.". I felt great staying there, the bed was SOOOO COMFY! Honestly, the best breakfast set up I have experienced at a hotel. I was mad that I was only there to enjoy it for an hour before bed and enough time to get breakfast and run. I have saved this hotel for my next trip out. Thank you to all of the staff. Also! My room was pet friendly, and even though my dog knew, I couldn't tell. There was so smell or anything weird in there for me. The king suite was HUGE for us and I can't wait to go back.

Enjoyed our stay—it was convenient to tourist spots and was clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfasts were good and varied and the breakfast lady was great! The were several restaurants close by so we didn't have to go too far. The hotel was also near a walking trail which we definitely appreciated!

This was a very nice hotel - clean, friendly staff, the coffee was hot and ready when I needed it. We got one of the smaller rooms with two beds and it was still big enough for my husband and I. This hotel is conveniently located off I-25 and Woodman Road, not far from the Air Force Academy and shopping in the Briargate area. When we walked out in the morning, there was Pikes Peak in all its morning glory to greet us. It is one of my favorite things about Colorado Springs.

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at this well-located hotel. The room was spacious and perfectly laid out. Very comfortable bed and pillows, and nice free breakfast! We were pleased with everything! Shout out to the lovely “J” at the front desk. She got us checked in early and was pleasant and professional!

There are two reasons I have a 4 instead of a five. 1. The breakfast was mediocre. It was limited and would have been nice to have some more sides. 2. The night manager didn't seem very interested in helping us. We had asked for a few more pillows and were told there were none. I then went down to the lobby and asked about getting blankets instead and he seemed irritated that he needed to help. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Great stay! Everything was very nice and definitely budget friendly. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. We didn't have any issues during our stay. This area is close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was also very good!

My older brother passed away unexpectedly this week and I needed to be here to help the nephews. I originally booked one night but decided I needed two. I was having problems with my phone accessing the app and website both. The woman I called was polite, professional and always courteous. Couple that with how the staff here treated my wife and I, well, everyone made a difficult trip a little easier. I never told any of them why I was here, so, I can only think that they treat each customer the same way I was treated. Thank you all.

The front desk employee was SO nice and helpful which is hard to find these days. Loved the accommodations and the room was so nice along with breakfast and location! Will stay again when we are in the area!

Over all the stay was just fine. The room was clean and I received a free upgrade which gave me a nice view of the mountains. I do have a complaint about the breakfast area. While I was eating someone came in with a dog that was not a service dog (no red jacket) and went through the food line and while she did it the dog was sticking his nose up on the counter looking for scraps and licking the counter. I find it absolutely disgusting that there was even a dog in the eating area let alone the owner letting the dog do such a thing. I noticed several other guests watching what was happening and a few of us gave each other looks of disgust. I just feel that there should be no pets allowed in the dinning room.

Clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was such fun!! It was a wonderful experience! Would definitely recommend and stay again!! Food was good as well!! Last minute decision to stay here but so glad we did!!

Room was spacious and pet friendly. Lobby was charming and a great breakfast bar including chicken green chili! Would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with a dog. Room included sitting area, microwave and frig.

This was my second time staying at this location and I again have not one complaint! Everything was so clean and nice. The people who work there have all been just wonderful. The showers are incredible which is not usually the case for hotels. Beds are pretty comfortable with plenty of pillows!

Enjoyed a very quick stay so I didn't use all the amenities. But the front desk staffer was very nice, everything I used seemed in clean and working order, I liked the citrus shampoo, soaps etc and the shower was very nice.

It was a pleasant stay with on time services. It's located in the prime area with short commute to restaurants and convenient stores and many attractions like Garden of gods (15mins), pikes pike (1 hour) and canon city (55 mins).

Hotel has to be the nicest of the Best Western Plus that we stayed in . Nicely renovated, Modern amenities. Beautiful site lines, Professional staff. Felt secure ,dining facilities within walking distance..

Had a good night's sleep. Didn't have much of a view as we were on the 1st floor facing the freeway. Really loved the Green Chili for breakfast. When we left in the morning there was a 8 point buck and 3 does in the parking lot to say goodbye to us. The parking lot needs some TLC and had some serious potholes. Handicap parking was just regular spots relabeled as handicap and were way to narrow to use.

Excellent. Great stay. Service, room was clean and had no issues. Felt very welcomed. Breakfast was also good. Staff was friendly. Would recommend it anytime. Can't wait until the next time we have a change to stay with this hotes.

Every person that worked here that we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and beautiful especially the rooms. I had to stay at the hospital with my oldest daughter almost the whole trip and every time I came back to shower or something the front desk asked how she was doing. I love this place

It was a fine trip without any issues. Room was nice and staff was friendly! It is in a parking lot with several other hotels so not a perfect location but met our needs. Breakfast was standard with cereal, pancakes and a few other complimentary items.

Stayed here for two nights at the beginning of our US road trip. We had a corner room, with a separate seating area (one comfortable chair and a window seat - a second comfortable chair would have been nice). The staff we met were very friendly and the breakfast was good, although the use of plastic seemed excessive! Overall a very good stay.

I stay here frequently when in town for business of pleasure. It is always clean, quiet and comfortable. Currently friendly and helpful staff. Close to several restaurants, medical facilities, and businesses in the north part of Colorado Springs. I would recommend it.

The hotel is in quiet neighborhood. Strategic location to go to Garden of the God and close to the highway. The room is super clean. The bed and pillow are so comfy to have good sleep. The breakfast offers quite variety of choices. The room price is reasonable.

Very nice room with a view of the mountains. Room seemed super clean, breakfast was good with a variety of items. Hotel seemed like it was in a great area with a lot of restaurants close by. The young man who checked us in was polite and helpful. We didn't use the pool, but the hot tub was great. This seemed like a newer hotel and it was nice to have an elevator. If we are ever in the area again we will stay here. Also one of the more comfortable beds we have slept on.

The hotel itself is set in a cozy little area of town, only a few exits from Garden of the Gods. The staff was incredibly nice & helpful, and they serve one of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel. Each item in the breakfast, including cups, forks, knives, etc., are all individually wrapped in cellophane, which was very much appreciated & hygienic. They had eggs, bacon, pancakes, tortillas, pastries, bagels, etc. We have stayed there twice already. I would definitely recommend this place.

Out freaking standing hotel. Everything was top notch. Really couldn't find a single thing I didn't like. I will chose this hotel every time I visit Colorado Springs. And it's location put all the sights and restaurants in great proximity.

This was our first time staying at a Best Western, The price was great for a room, they upgraded us when we arrived, which was a nice gesture. The location was close to all the hiking trails and excursions we planned. The room was clean, updated and had a nice view of the mountains. The lobby and main level was clean and people were friendly. The breakfast was exactly what we needed -- ability to grab and go for our sunrise hike and sit down and enjoy a hot breakfast for the other days. Great variety and coffee served all day! Always tasting fresh. I also liked the fridge and microwave in the room. Overall experience was a 10!

This hotel was just average. We had a king suite with mountain view. The room seemed small compared to other BW suites we've been in. The bathroom was extremely small. Maybe it was because we had a corner room...I don't know. It was a bit disappointing for a BW Plus. Breakfast was a bit of a disaster. Too many people with not enough seating and not enough food. We got there an hour before breakfast ended and the hot food was gone, including coffee. Coffee was replenished after I told staff, but took about 10 minutes for food. Minor detail as I'm grateful for any breakfast offering. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. I might stay again if I could get a room with a larger bathroom, if they even have one.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the mountain view from the room was enjoyable. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and clean. The breakfast was really good and staff were replenishing all items as needed. They have chilled water and coffee available in the lobby that was refreshing and convenient. We did notice that the vents in the bathrooms seem to be connected as we could hear other people talking while in the bathroom but not in the main room. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Colorado Springs.

The hotel was excellent everything was neat and clean. There was an error in what BW reservation sent to the hotel. My email didn't match what they received but they were able to accommodate us. The checkin clerk was terrific. The beds were terrific and the A/C was quiet and efficient. The only negatives were: the window curtains were rotted from the sun and torn; and both days the eggs were overcooked and rubbery. Otherwise the breakfast was delightful with lots of choices and the coffee was very good. We would stay here again.

In a nice area of colorado spgs. Large hot breakfast with lots of options. Near restaurants and easy access to hwy 25. Close to garden of the gods park. 20 minutes from manitou spgs. 1 hour from the Royal Gorge railroad

Nice facility, handy location, the staff was wonderful. We had a great view of the mountains from our room. Nice breakfast bar. It was one of our stays at many Best Westerns during out 17 road trip . Loved the location.

Clean with comfortable bed and good shower pressure and temperature. Included breakfast was better than most hotels. Employees were friendly and helpful. Only downside was there was just one elevator for the whole building. We stayed five nights and appreciated that the breakfast choices alternated.

This hotel is slightly dated but it's super clean. I'm a clean freak and a lot of hotels gross me out but I was comfortable here even in a pet friendly room which is always the worst. Thanks to your staff for keeping a nice clean hotel for weary travelers. We will be back on our next trip to COS.

Nice, clean hotel. Was e-mailed in advance for check-in, making for a smooth process. Comfortable and quiet room with a sitting area to enjoy a view of pike's peak. Approximately 15-minute drive to Pike's Peak. Would highly recommend!

I want to give a tip of the hat to Ms.Danielle H. who set me and my grandson up with our first time visit with a mountain view room as she promised when I booked my stay back in June. She assisted us with some other items that we incountered. Very customer dedicated employee. You need to give her a raise. The other staff were very nice and pleasant. Trying to get a freind to head out that way and booke her stay here. I know on my next trip out that way I will.

The hotel is nice enough in appearance and I was able to have a good nights sleep. Parking is very close even the handicap spaces and not very many of them. I had a hard time getting out of my car because there is not enough room. I really don't think ADA would approve if they knew. Breakfast was one of the worst I saw. I got there at 8 the scrambled eggs were cold and no meat to go with them, just a greasy pan. I went to the kitchen door and told them. Everyone in there was eating. So I took my eggs and threw them in the trash can and paid for my own breakfast the next 3 days. I feel like they owe me some money. I did not get what I paid for.

I booked this hotel because of the reviews and they were spot on. Everything was very nice looking, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are pretty small but the shower was awesome. We let them know about an issue with the shower handle (nothing that affected our use) and someone was there to fix it in 15 minutes! The hot tub and pool are very nice. The breakfast is very nice with many choices and great staff refilling everything with smiles on their faces. The person who checked us in was very nice. Jae at the desk was so friendly and upbeat as well as professional. All the staff that we encountered were awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

From the minute we walked in and met Danielle, our visit was perfect! All of the staff members, from breakfast crew, to maids, to Tony, were some of the most pleasant people we have encountered while traveling. The rooms are very spacious, very clean and our view of Pikes Peak was awesome. The breakfast is one of the best, as we both have traveled for business for over 40 years. The location is close to EVERYTHING. We visited the Cheyenne Zoo, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods, and the only one that was about 30 min. away was the entrance to Pikes Peak. Having the Outback and Chicago pizza within walking distance was great too. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel, well kept. The staff was friendly. The shower was amazing. Easy to get to everything. Only missing one star because the breakfast was so-so. Eggs were good and they alternate sausage and bacon on certain days. I wish they had more fruit options and more dairy-free options. Only one bagel for gluten free items and you would be using the same toaster as the regular bread. My friend couldn't eat there because of her gluten allergy.

Marcus is the reason that I stay here every visit to Colorado Springs. He is VERY fast and does whatever he can to get me to my room ASAP. I usually end up showing up around 1130 and he's helped me find restaurants still open and prompted me to get to the hot tub asap before it closes. This is my 5th stay here at BW Pikes Peak in the last 2 months, and I nor my family will stay anywhere else moving forward for my business travel in this city. The breakfast is awesome here too.

We picked this hotel based upon reviews. Nothing for us was true. The room and hotel is old. The toilet was so closed to the sink and if not careful you will hit your elbow, etc. The bathroom is very small. The grout outside the shower was crumbling. and there is no tub. The mattress was uncomfortable and pillows need replacing. There were few stations on the television. The front desk staff was lackluster and not like the reviews. The employees are not friendly and the hotel feels dead. In the reviews what really stood out was how great a breakfast they have; not true. The items was very limited. The biscuits were fine but the gray was not. Hashbrowns was edible and typical scramble eggs. They alternate the days for breakfast choices. They have a water dispenser in lobby and one has oranges in it. However I saw one of the workers refilling the water using this nasty looking bucket. Ugh!! I thought where did she get the water? The room was not relaxing at all. We wished we would have known. This was our vacation and being in this hotel ruin part of it. Word of advice...look at the bad reviews and consider those before making a choice. Very bad experience at this hotel.

I found the whole experience excellent. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure and the breakfast was better than average. And we woke up to a beautiful view! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! The building is beautiful and the room was very clean and comfortable. The ambiance in the lobby was very welcoming and they had ice water available one with water/ice and one with cucumber - very refreshing. But what we noticed most was the staff - they were all amazing! Everyone had a smile on their face and seemed like they really enjoyed working there. The breakfast also was amazing! They serve a full breakfast with a variety of options - all tasted great! We only stayed one night, but if in Colorado Springs again - this will be my first choice! Thanks for a great stay!

Hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable with, plenty of hot water and nice showers. The breakfast was very decent and the staff were all very helpful. The pool was small but clean and a nice temperature and the hot tub was great. Overall a very nice hotel.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, safe, staff was hospitable, and the location is great. Breakfast is much better than we have experienced at other hotels. The best part? When you have to check out at 3:45am to catch a 6:00 flight and you hear the desk attendant say, "There's a pot of coffee ready, if you'd like some." Yes, please!!

Highly recommend this clean & comfortable hotel! The front desk staff was super friendly and the lobby's icy water dispensers (plain or Cucumber!) made waiting in line refreshing on a hot day. There are lovely flowers outside, with a clean well lit parking area that shows attention to first impressions. The bedding was crisp & new as were the fluffy towels. Our room was just off the lobby and QUIET, even though the hotel was full on a holiday weekend. Full breakfast was great, with lots of comfortable seating indoors or outside, unlike some places where everyone is on top of each other during the rush hour. Will definitely return!

I felt safe with the surroundings (that's most important to me). The beds were comfortable. The Staff was very friendly. We got to the area late and they were helpful getting us into a room with ease. I would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend! The customer service was excellent and very warm- from the front desk to the breakfast staff! Breakfast was great! Eggs, hash browns, sausage or bacon every morning- sometimes there was biscuits and gravy- one morning was green chili (!). Also always pancakes, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, pastries and danishes, breads, coffee, tea, juices, etc. Hot tub was hot- very relaxing. Our mountain view from our room was beautiful! We even ate breakfast outside one morning so we got the beautiful view outdoors plus the fresh air and Colorado sun!

Loved the roll in shower and shower head the staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good. We were able to arrive vey late and still keep our room. The handicapped room with 2 q1ueen beds could have been a bit larger but was manageable. .

We were given room 230 I believe. It was at the end of the hall and there was some kind of mechanical noise coming from perhaps the roof? It was constant and loud. I think any room at that end of the building would have the same problem. By the time we figured out it wasn't going to end, we just turned on the fan an drowned out the noise. Otherwise the hotel was nice and the breakfast was very good.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Our dog had a hip replacement surgery and the staff accommodated us so well, we appreciated all they did for us. The bed was extremely comfortable and we were very grateful we stayed at this hotel.

Absolutely top-notch establishment. First impression was the sign at entrance stating, "no smoking/no marijuana". I'm not starting a campaign against either but shouldn't be in a position to smell the residue from it. Thank you Best Western for making this stand in the state of Colorado. Requested top floor mountain view king suite and was not disappointed. Perfect unobstructed view of Pikes Peak area with a padded seat under the window. Room had sofa and table in sitting area which we just rearranged a little to make more accommodating. Bathroom was small but served the purposes needed. Breakfast was above average for most motels. Rotation of bacon/sausage the four days we stayed with hosts being very attentive to full variety and cleanliness. All desk employees were very friendly; calling each of us by name every day - a big surprise as the motel was full every night. Indoor pool and hot tub were clean. (The only negative from this visit was the ice maker was not working on the 4th floor but simply went down one flight when needed - not too big of an issue). Have already recommended to friends and family and we will definitely be a return guest.

Comfortable, clean, quiet. I was surprised to see so many people there, because it was never evident that the hotel was so full! The breakfast was mediocre, but I think that is the norm for what is being served at hotels these days. It Was a very easy place to have a pet; I appreciate that this is becoming more acceptable!

Love staying at this Best Western Peak hotel. Nicely located, staff are very welcoming, comfortable rooms and great breakfast. The hotel desk person, Erick, was newly learning his job and was delightful checking us in. We'd definitely stay here again when in Colorido Springs area.

Hotel was very clean and provided a hot breakfast in the morning. There is a pool, hot tub and fitness center. It is located about 26 minutes from Manitou Springs, hour 10 from Royal Gorge and 10 minutes to downtown Colorado Springs. Parking was free. Great value!

I highly recommend this hotel. For a great price you get very friendly service, hot breakfast every morning, a very comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. There is a restaurant within walking distance too. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We only stayed one night. The people were very nice and the room was clean and comfortable. We wish the air conditioner would have gotten a bit colder but overall, really enjoyed our stay. Our stays at all Best Western's are always wonderful.

We had a great visit. People were friendly and rooms and hotel clean. We had absolutely no issues. Would recommend. We stayed here for two nights and was even able to wash some clothes since the hotel has a washer and dryer for customers to use.

I WILL NOT be staying there again as they advertise a view of Pikes Peak and gave us a room overlooking the trash barrels and air conditioner .... they also gave us a 3rd floor after explaining we were handicapped... so probably not "our" favorite place to stay.. WAY WAY WAY OVER PRICED for the room with the "view"!!!

We loved everything about our stay outside of the breakfast options. Please consider reducing the amount of heavily processed options and add more options for those with dietary needs/preferences (gluten free, dairy-free, vegan). The continental breakfast wasn't an added value for our family, unfortunately.

We enjoyed everything about the stay. Staff were pleasant and professional. Everything was good. It was very close to Pike's Peak and Garden of the Gods. Also, close enough to I25 to get anywhere else.

This hotel is in a good location and is easy to access from I-25. The hotel appears to be recently renovated and the rooms were in good condition. The pool and hot tub were excellent. There were multiple options available at breakfast each morning and it was one of the best breakfasts we have had at a hotel.

The hotel is a nice facility and is conveniently located close to Garden of the Gods or Pikes Peak. The staff was really friendly, the hotel was kept very clean, and there appeared to be adequate parking as well. I certainly would stay here again!

Rooms are clean, and no allergy. Staffs were super friendly, and helped us with everything we need. Even breakfast server was kind and professional. Free waters are available at the gate. Good choice if you are visiting garden of Gods

We stayed 6 nights. All of the staff were friendly & helpful. A woman at the front desk named Jay was always friendly, cheerful, & helpful. We observed her always going out of her way to help customers with whatever they needed. The breakfast staff were always filling up anything getting low & anyone we encountered was courteous. The breakfast is huge & has a big variety of pancakes, bacon, sausage, green chili, toast, scrambled eggs, omelets, cereal, pastries, yogurt, fruit cups, juice, coffee.... The room was clean & neat. The bed was made up military style, professionally, with five pillows. There was a good size refrigerator & microwave. The only issues we had was the king size mattress was horrible. It needs to be replaced. It was worn out, lumpy, squeaked & creaked every time we moved, we would fall into the middle of the bed because of the worn out deep indentation in the middle of the bed, & felt like you were going downhill at the headboard. The bathroom was clean, but black chips on the floor of the shower & the shower door didn't close a good inch at the end closest to the shower head. The floor would be soaking wet after a shower. The hotel is in a great location for day trips around Colorado Springs. Plenty of free parking, but spots are tight for trucks.

The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The front desk staff was super helpful, friendly and accommodating when we checked in. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff were all friendly. The breakfast each morning was wonderful with great choices. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice rooms, comfortable beds and nice hot breakfast. Family friendly too. Showers with the large shower heads provides a nice shower. Breakfast has eggs, bacon, pancakes, yogurts with toppings and more.

The room was nicely updated. We stayed only one night. Our room felt very clean. They had warm scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuits for breakfast. Area felt safe. Right off interstate 25 and close to Garden of the Gods.

Booked at the last minute after my first hotel turned out to be different than advertised. The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. Staff at front desk were extremely helpful with recommendations after a tiring and somewhat stressful day. There is only one elevator in this large hotel and it was slow. I also thought the room was expensive for what it was, though it seemed typical for the area and quality level. Would recommend if your budget can accommodate it.

Nothing fancy, but very clean and friendly staff. The breakfast is AMAZING and well worth the stay. The location was great. Places to eat very close by. Garden of the Gods was also super close. I would definitely stay again.

Polite staff that went above and beyond with service. Clean pool and eating area. Staff helped get us a toothbrush for son when left behind. Fruit-flavored water was appreciated and found kids stayed more hydrated. Comfortable beds.

Hotel is newer and in good location. Many restaurants within minutes. Pool and hot tub spa. Pool was cold so be prepared! Nice outdoor area behind pool to lay in sun behind a privacy wall. Breakfast was good- scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, danish, juice. Breakfast staff kept things stocked and did a nice job cleaning area. Easy to find location. Beds were comfortable. Shower heads were big square ones, great pressure and plenty of hot water. Hotel was clean and nice with comfortable chairs in lobby to sit and talk, however housekeeping was having a hard time getting to rooms for those staying over in good time as we stayed multiple days. Ended up getting towels exchanged vs getting room cleaned. Double queen rooms have smaller open space but adequate, king rooms have nice open space. Nice window seat over AC/heat unit in double queen room - we used it for suitcase.

Good for the price. No food service except breakfast which is inconvenient. Clean and spacious rooms. A gas station close to the hotel, with a shop to by food and drinks. The reception does not give information about the area. They have no useful map of the area (they have a black and white photocopy which is not useful). The treatment was ok, not very friendly. Only one elevator for all the hotel.

Very Nice hotel and a very good breakfast. Above all that was the employees. All I had interaction with were very nice and helpful. It's nice to meet employees who seem eager to help you, instead of only doing the job for the money. Will stay again.

Loved our stay as usual. Great service friendly staff! The rooms are clean and neat. Plenty towels and soap and stuff. We have stayed here three times already and loved it every time. We will be back for sure next year!

We had a really nice stay here. Staff was super helpful. Nice complimentary water in the lobby, yummy extensive complimentary breakfast. Pool was super nice. The whole place felt very clean and was well taken care of

We have stayed at many BW's over the years. Some were good, some okay and some were really bad. I was pleasantly surprised with this BW!!!! It had a breakfast area that was pretty nice. The front staff was really good too! We got a mountainview room and we were very glad we did! The location was good too. The facility was newer and better kept than any other BW I've been to. Quite a few restaurants nearby. Now, for any negatives: the cleaning staff could do better. They don't leave enough tp, didn't leave shampoo etc twice, didn't leave more cups by the coffee machine either. You wil need to ask for additional towels as 2 for 2 people really didn't cut it for us. The sink wouldn't drain - but they sent someone to fix it the following morning. They had showers, not tubs which is a plus! But the toilet is situated awkwardly (too close to the sink cabinet - I hit my elbow/arm a few times) and the tp is on a wall across from the toilet. Overall, the best BW we've stayed at.

Everything about this place is top notch. The employees were friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, the pool/hot tub were great - and the view of Pike's Peak is gorgeous. Breakfast was fantastic! Just stay here!

Great experience, starting with check-in. I had misplaced my photo ID and the person checking me in took the steps she needed to verify my identification without a complaint. Then when we had a plumbing issue, the staff decided we should change rooms, and this took place without a hitch. It was only after I checked out that i realized they had given me a discount because we had to relocate. My sister and I were in town to attend the funeral of our brother. The facility was handy to I-25 and also close to our brother's house. The staff called me by name and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience!

The hotel is in a great area right off the highway and very close to shops, restaurants, Garden of the Gods, and the entrance to Pikes Peak. The staff was very friendly and helpful - there was an error on our end with our reservation and they went out of their way to fix it. The buffet breakfast has plenty to choose from. The shower has great water pressure. Most importantly, the beds are super comfortable and rooms are nicely appointed.

Everything was very nice and comfortable the front lady at night was very nice and helpful all the staff was nice and respectful. Would definitely stay again if i was to travel to Colorado again thank you

We stayed during a visit to Pike's Peak and Manitou Springs. Nice, new place with a very good location. The area around is populated by a number of dining options that are easy to get to. Can't tell you the views, it rained and was overcast the short time we were there.

This hotel has a room feature not previously encountered. Frequently, rooms only provide a single luggage rack forcing alternative place for any additional bag. This hotel room had a window box/shelf constructed over the A/C that was sufficient for two suitcases. All over services were great but, the window box/shelf set this property way ahead of the competition!

We were in town for a funeral so we needed a place to stay for a couple of nights and after reading the TripAdvisor reviews I selected this location. The staff I interacted with were very kind and considerate. Check in was a breeze. Getting to the room was somewhat of a challenge. They have one and only one, VERY SLOW elevator. Once you get a luggage cart in the elevator there isn't room for anyone or anything else. The day we checked out we had to wait around 20 minutes to get a space on the elevator. Beds were okay, I have slept on better. Pillows were not that great (I'm beginning to think that I am getting pickier and pickier as I age). AC worked great. Shower pressure was so-so, again I have seen/used better. We did go down to breakfast the first morning and I had biscuits and gravy and my husband had scrambled eggs, English muffin and sausage. They were constantly running out of items and the poor kid that was restocking the items was really trying to keep up. I wasn't that impressed with the breakfast so the next morning we went to Cracker Barrel which was just down the road. Wi-Fi worked great. I didn't think that the shower pressure was that great. We did hear of a homeless person wandering about in the halls which. Security was called but I wonder how often this does happen. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Love this hotel, very comfortable beds, the best shower I have ever used, friendly staff, and very clean! I have stayed here twice, and will come back if In The area.there are good restaurants near by, and love it's close proximity to Rocky Mountain Park.

Overall,fantastic property. Great view of Pikes Peak out the front door. Many rooms with a view, also. Very well maintained. Breakfast each morning was great, too. Close to Garden of the God's and Manituo Springs, not far from Royal Gorge.

The hotel was comfortable and quiet, and all of the staff were friendly. The breakfast had good options. It was also a good location for visiting the Pikes Peak area. There were several restaurants within walking distance, and many more just a short drive away. We would stay here again.

Everything fine. Four person size hit tub but open and few use it. Medium size pool ok. Warm breakfast nice, cheese omelettes once the instant eggs ran out, hash browns and sausage. Many other cold foods Great room and bed.

Employees are great, no problem. Room clean and spacious. Good hot breakfast, lots of options. Normally eat at our favorite restaurant, but the food was good enough to stay in both mornings.Parking spaces narrow for pick-ups.

Spent one night while traveling home from holiday trip. Was very nice room and clean. Breakfast was was good and had nice variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. We've stayed in 3 BW hotels in other parts of the state and this one was the best. Would definitely stay here again.

This is such a great place for us to stay if for no other reason than it's central location. It's just down the hill from my sister's home and a reasonable drive to the places I like to visit, hike, or just sit and take in the Beautiful, make that Gorgeous scenery. We have stayed here numerous times and never been disappointed. The staff are awesome, The front desk is always willing to help with whatever you need. Shey at night and Jae in the morning are both amazing. Breakfast is always hot and plentiful, with numerous choices. Best part of this trip was we were there when our Great Niece Juliet was born. Also, this is one very clean motel.. BTW, the night before we were leaving, May 20th, "The Springs" received about 10" of snow..

It's the 2nd time I stayed there and both times were great. Friendly staff, clean rooms, clean pool and hot tub area. I would stay again if I make way back down to that area to visit family and friends

We were in town for a graduation and I was working from the room part of the week. We skipped housekeeping services and just picked up things we needed (toilet paper) from the front desk when we needed it. Everyone was incredibly nice. Breakfast was good and the gentleman running the show was great.

For my 71st birthday I traveled from Arizona, New Mexico,Texas, Missouri, Illinois,South Dakota Wyoming, back through New Mexico, Arizona For most of the trip I stayed at a Best Western Every time I stayed I was pleased with the staff was courteous and helpful. If I travel again my first choice will be Best Western Hotel.

We had a wildfire on 5/12/22 here in Colorado Springs and we had a mandatory evacuation for the fire was nearing ours and many other homes in the area. We gathered our 4 children, 3 dogs and important items, headed to the northern part of Colorado Springs. We stopped briefly at my sister's and her husband's house briefly where we gathered ourselves. She looked up hotels that are pet friendly and found this Best Western Plus. We confirmed our reservations and headed up that way. We got to the hotel and the front desk staff was very friendly. We let them know that we may only be staying a short while there while waiting for the mandatory evacuation to be lifted. As we got the kids and pets inside we saw that others that had evacuated also were coming in with reservations. The rooms were very clean and there were a couple of restaurants plus a convenience store right down the way where I ordered take out for us all for we hadn't eaten for some time. By the time we finished eating in the room, the evacuation had been lifted. We decided to head home. We actually only stayed a couple of hours but the hotel, the atmosphere and staff were great. If I have friends come into town with pets ( and even without) I will recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed staying at this location. The room layout was a bit strange/cramped in that the desk blocked entrance to the room when in use. I would suggest that a room with a King rather than two Queens might be better.

Everything was fine no complaints . Good et location to visit attractions. Staff was helpful, who ran the breakfast was especially nice but don't remember his name. You get good value for the money spent.

Wonderful stay in the perfect location. There is nothing negative I can say. Very clean, perfect location, normal hotel hot breakfast. Very nice staff. It was one of the best Best Westerns I've ever stayed at.

This is a great location with a beautiful view of Pikes Peak..........close to Garden of the Gods, Briargate Shopping Centet, and plenty of restaurants nearby. They also accept pets, yet this is a relatively quiet hotel.

Everything went great! Front desk and breakfast staff, working hard and friendly smiles. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and lots of towels. Our room was a king suite, had Everything we needed and beautiful views. Bed, bedding and pillows were comfortable, All white, soft and clean. Room was fresh and cleaned well. The overall hotel was family, dog, couple and business travelor friendly. I will stay here again and recommend. Location is perfect, close to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and 3 good restaurants and a Circle K within the parking area. Nothing negative, we had a good trip and this Best Western was at the top of the list for us.

The minute you enter the hotel you are greeted by the most friendliest staff around. The staff was always there to help you. My family enjoyed the clean rooms, as well as the breakfast every morning. The breakfast staff was always there to make sure the food was always fully stocked and there to fill your coffee when you were out. Best hotel around!! Thanks for a great stay!!

This is the second time I've stayed at this property. While it is somewhat dated, it's a great place. Very comfortable beds and the best showerheads in the business! The mountain view rooms are going to cost a bit more but worth the extra money. Enjoy!

Been staying here for the last 5 years and has never disappointed us! Very clean and friendly staff. Mountain views are awesome too. The pool and hot tub are an added bonus. You are next to the highway but here no noise.

We booked our room last minute and we had great rooms. They were clean and quiet. The breakfast had many options to choose from that to accommodate our family. The hotel was also close to many attractions we had planned.

I came from out of town (AL) for a family funeral. Clean, comfy beds. Great kureg in room, microwave and fridge. Shower perfect. Danielle was amazing. She should be manager. She went above and beyond!

This place was super clean! The staff was super friendly and we had a fantastic view of pikes peak. I can't say one negative thing about this hotel. And a big plus was the shower pressure! It's so good that it could clean a car! We will be visiting again.

Very good location, next to the 25, but no noise from the highway inside the room. Room is small but clean, breakfast is good. The is a good restaurant "old Chicago" within walking distance. Overall, very good value.

Stayed here just one night passing thru. Had a lovely room with a view of Pikes Peak. Staff was friendly. Jae checked us in and was fabulous. She really made us feel welcome. Breakfast was the usual fare, but they had a pot of green chili that was really nice. They also had individually wrapped muffins and tasty breads. A big thumbs up!

I LOVED this hotel and the staff! The hotel is clean, beautiful and very comfortable. The mattresses and pillows were super comfortable, the elevator was fast and the room and bathroom were very clean and pretty. There was a lot of space in the 2 -Queen room we stayed in with a large window seat. As one with pet allergies (although I love animals), it is nice to find hotels that keep some portions pet free. It is conveniently near the highway but far enough away that I didn't hear any traffic noise. The staff is amazing and prompt. I will always stay here when I am in CO Springs, CO!

Danielle at front dest was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would stay again. Breakfast was better than most. Ate at Pine Creek restaurant that was close by and had excellent food. Room was very clean. No local channels on TV though. Lot of chain restaurants close by.

The hotel is easy to get to and you wont be disappointed. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The hotel is clean and very nice. The breakfast has many options to fit any needs. Stadff is friendly and make your stay even more comfortable.

It started with the nicest person ever on the phone when I called to confirm our pet friendly room after booking online. I'm ashamed that I forgot her name. We enjoyed our stay here so much it is very updated, clean and nice looking place. They welcomed our pets with treats and pick up bags it was such a nice feeling to have our dogs be so welcomed. There was nice grassy areas for walking them. There is also an Outback and an Old Chicago practically in their parking lot. In addition there is a gas station right there to fill up before you get back on the freeway. This was my first Best Western Premier stay and I'm so happy we have two more to go for our cross country trip to move us and our dogs east.

Felt very welcomed and even got to check in early since we got into town early. Comfy bed and pillows, AMAZING mountain view, cable, and good hot water and pressure for shower. Absolutely will be back.

Our stay was really nice- the things that were excellent are: the check-in with the kindest, most accommodating young lady- she gave us an excellent corner room on top floor with an amazing view; the best free hot breakfast with fresh, homemade food; the location was walking distance to restaurants; the friendly housekeeping staff. Plus, thank you for providing a KEURIG coffeemaker with coffee, a microwave & good size refrigerator. The downside of our stay was the mattress needs to be replaced; the tv has no movie channels and few watching options; the bathroom sink lights were very dim, and the shower tile needs a good mildew cleaning. Overall, we weren't in the suite for very long but did enjoy our stay.

The room was clean and roomy. The staff was excellent ! I have a broken shoulder and someone was always happy to put my hair up for me. Courtney at the front desk was very helpful with places to go and things to do. Would definitely stay there again!

Staff was super helpful at the front desk. The room (pet friendly) was very clean and not second rate like it often is. LOVED the pet policy of the deposit. Other places charge PER PET PER NIGHT and this was a refundable deposit with a very reasonable fee. Super appreciative of that. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked throughout the morning, it wasnt a one and done deal. Green chili was delicious. Kitchen Staff was very attentive. Would absolutely stay there again.

Stayed here on an extended weekend. Overall clean room, bathroom a tad small for two people but it worked. Mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast was ok but did the trick, ended up eating breakfast on the third day. The gym was a disappointment. Small and the treadmill not working, elliptical was worn out with duct tape on the handles. The location was on the outskirts of down town, closer to the academy, easy freeway access. About a mile away was numerous restaurants. Overall a decent place to stay.

This hotel saved my life during my recent apartment hunting trip to Colorado Springs. There was such easy access to all of the things I needed to see, with it's convenient location, and the bed was amazing to come back to, after exhausting, stressful trips out to find my new home. The staff was always available to discuss special requests, and provided thoughtful alternatives, if said requests were outside the realm of possibilities. The only flaws in my stay were having to wait to check in, because my room was not yet ready (they'd been fully booked the night before), and having only a chair, instead of a sofa, in the sitting area of my room. Even the latter was only an issue of expectation, as I was traveling alone, and didn't actually end up needing a whole sofa. Otherwise, for the price, this stay was excellent!

The hotel is clean and in a safe neighborhood. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered many options to choose from. The hotel is located close to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods.

Pictures are deceiving! The rooms are tiny and the beds are small. The room has an Oder. It was equivalent to a motel 6. Highly disappointed. Everyone was in the lobby complaining. The staff admitted it was not the same room as pictured Online.

It seemed older but was very clean and the employees were very nice and accommodating. We had to leave early because of snow, so didn't eat breakfast. The place was quiet and the bedding was very comfortable

We stayed overnight on our way home and we we tired and stress out due to weather and driving. We came in to Best Western and this hotel was so nice. It was clean and felt safe and convenient. The room was affordable and roomy. Bed was comfy and a comfortable sitting area in the room. Highly recommended and we will visit again!

Great staff. They helped me out with a booking issue. Nice clean pool and rooms. Internet worked great. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and stores. The area seemed safe. There is a trailhead not far away. Shower was excellent. Cons- Breakfast is mediocre (no fresh fruit, limited options). I did enjoy the green chili stew. The hotel is probably in need a remodel, but I take clean and friendly over brand-new any day. Workers are not masked. Rooms are a bit small.

We had a plumbing emergency and stayed overnight at this facility with our two pets. They were very on top of things, the room was clean, and the breakfast was good! Our dogs felt comfortable there it seemed. For sure would recommend if traveling with a pet.

We picked this hotel because of the proximity to our family and the fact that it had an indoor pool and a good price. We've had good luck with BW Plus hotels in other cities so we gave it a shot. It is in a great location, right off the I-25 and near many restaurants, shopping, the AF Academy and all the great things that Colorado Springs has to offer - so that is definitely a positive. They had a good hot breakfast every morning, and the staff couldn't be more friendly. Because of staff shortages they didn't offer daily housekeeping unless you asked for it. I'm ok with that - we are OK reusing towels and setting trash out in the morning. The room itself was small and in need of repairs - they looked nice, Microwave, refrigerator, Keurig were very handy; but the drawers didn't work in the dresser (very cheap furniture) the bathroom didn't have a vent fan, so there is obvious moisture damage and the shower pan creaked when you showered like you would fall through to the floor below. We had great fun at the pool with our granddaughters however the paint on the ceiling was peeling badly and the floor of the hot-tub was really sandy, plus the towels they provided were really thin and very small - so not terrible but just need a few repairs and upgrades. All in all a good experience but just needs some TLC to improve. We truly appreciated the staff - and the bonus of the Mule Deer at the front door our first morning there.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Peak Vista Inn & Suites, where the accessible room was on the first level and it was clean and wide enough for my chair. All levels at this hotel were accessible by elevator. There was a Porch on the second level from which you get a spectacular view of the majestic Pike's Peak Mountain. On a cold morning, we had our hot cup of coffee taking in the view and that moment left a lasting impression on me.

We choose to stay at Best Westerns because they are fairly consistent. Decent beds. Clean. And the on site breakfast. What has been interesting is how some hotels automatically give gold members an upgrade if available and some don't. The upgrades are so much appreciated! This hotel is fine, nothing stands out as exceptional but would definitely stay again

The front desk receptionist was pleasant and check-in was quick and easy. I was disappointed in the size of our room. It was quite small for a deluxe with 2 queen beds. It didn't feel any bigger than most hotels' standard-size rooms. The room was clean but cramped for 3 adults and 1 teenager. The bathroom was small with limited countertop to unpack toiletries. However, everything was in working condition and it had a nice sized refrigerator. There was a hot breakfast with a good selection. The location was very nice with a good view of the mountains and there were several dining choices close by.

Kids loved the mechanized pancake maker. Stayed on the 4th floor, was very quiet (perfect for us, we were exhausted). Nothing we'd change about our experience at all.

Hotel staff all incredibly helpful, expeditious and kind. Lovely rooms with comfy beds, mini fridge, microwave and window seats (to watch it snow)! Updated and calming interior that felt ultra clean. Recommend highly - even over our last stay at Marriott. I am fussy (and a little snobby, if I am honest) about my hotels. We were there due to a family health emergency and the staff made our frantic last minute reservation while on a 14 hour drive and hotel stay smooth, easy and completely stress free. We will stay at this property any time we are back in Colorado Springs.

Staff was very accommodating, the room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast buffet was hot with great choices! There is a great walking/running trail about a quarter mile from the hotel, for those of you that like to get out!

Upon arrival, lobby was impressive - clean and open, nicely decorated. Rooms seemed a little dated but were very clean, beds were comfortable. Hot breakfast provided a great selection of items. Seating was full, but there was overflow seating in the lobby area. Check in and out were fast and staff was courteous.

Very clean facility. Breakfast is absolutely awesome. The beds however, run somewhat downhill toward the head. A little discomforting and hard to get out of, but then, I'm an old man and find it hard to sit up on a slight incline.

Hotel was nice, had to walk my dog in the dark the first night because of no security lighting in the parking lot. Room key didn't work after the first night of stay had to walk down to desk and get another key.

We were pleased with the location of this Best Western. Our room was clean and the staff was very accommodating. We liked the size of the refrigerator! The breakfast was better than we expected. We will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here before. The location is great, easy to get to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and even very nice Briargate shopping area. It's an easy drive from Denver. Staff is very professional, helpful and pleasant. Quiet area at night.

Hotel was very clean, comfy beds, hot breakfast was good, but the gal that runs the kitchen, Aquilla, was amazing! She goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met, food is stocked and breakfast area was clean...plus she was just so sweet! Thank you Aquilla...you made our visit even better!

The room was fantastic! clean, fresh, comfortable. Danielle was amazing! It is close to most attractions. Easy access to the highway (I-25) and three restaurants in walking distance. There were a lot of choice for breakfast!

We went to our room & found "spots" on the sheets & sheets appeared not to have been changed. The mgr, Melissa, was reluctant to change our room. She said she could not find another room in our price range that was not already taken! NOT MY PROBLEM! After much conversation she finally did give us a room on the 4th fl facing the parking lot at the end of a VERY long hallway. Since they did not have any carts, we had to lug our bags up 2 floors after driving 8 hrs & changing rooms we were not happy. When we got home was billed an extra $1 for "transfer". We have stayed in many hotels & understand the post pandemic but we have never been treated so poorly. But let me be clear, the desk clerk, Steven, could not have been nicer & appeared to be embarrassed. Would not recommend this BW.

Arrived in Co Springs to check in to the Baymont Inn & Suites to find out they had no rooms available even though I had a confirmed reservation. The desk attendant went on to say she could charge me an additional $50 to check me in to a room that had miraculously become available. Long story short, we called about 20 different hotels in the area to find that the city was pretty much booked. We ended up driving to Best Western Plus Peak Vista Inn & Suites and thanks to the night auditor "Marcus" we were able to secure a room for the weekend. We were ever so grateful because we had just come off of driving on a long road trip and needed to shower and get some sleep! Huge shout out to Marcus for all his help so that we wouldn't have to spend the night in our vehicle!

We stayed one night. The room was very nice. The shower head in the room was amazing! The staff was awesome. The hotel was very clean. The pool was fun for our boys. Great breakfast in the morning. Exercise room was a little run down.

Remodeled in the last 5ish years. Rooms are compact, but manageable. Love the window shelf that provides a great space to open your suitcase. Breakfast offers a few hot items. The staff work very hard. You will need to allow a little extra time for the free breakfast. Pool is clean, but also somewhat small. Good restaurant options in easy walking distance. Very convenient to I-25.

Although the room was a little small, the hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent. 3 good restaurant within walking distance that give a 10-15% discount to hotel guests. The only negative was the hot tub. The jets were so strong that they sprayed over the tub to at least 5 feet.

This was a very nice hotel, well maintained and clean. Everyone was really nice. Close to everything we wanted to do. There are lots of trees around so you feel like your away from all the traffic and commercial stuff. We will stay here again when we visit

Great Location and wonderful staff. Nice room, but I accidentally booked a room that was pet friendly and when the room warmed up you could smell dog pee. I would recommend taking the carpet up and lay lament floor so you don't have issues with cat/dog pee smell. I'm sure if we had a regular room it would not have been a problem.

My family had an excellent 5-day experience at the Best Western Plus Peak Vista Hotel in Colorado Springs, CO in September 2021! Our room was clean, fresh, and sanitary. The staff was very informed and helpful, the pool and spa were fresh, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was hot and delicious and the ladies worked fast and hard to serve everyone in a very timely manner, kudos to them all! I will stay here again when in town, this hotel is right in the center of all the favorite attractions, stores, restaurants, and sights you'll want to see and visit!

We came to Colorado Springs to visit the Garden of the Gods and to visit Manitou Springs. This property was in an excellent location for both, with many nearby restaurants and a quick trip down I-25 to out destinations. Building and room were up-to-date, clean and roomy. All staff that we met were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, given the COVID restrictions. The automatic front doors were a real plus as well.

This hotel is a Best Western Plus. We didn't really see anything plus about it. Clean and comfortable bed crammed into a very small space due to the unnecessary sitting area with a small sofa. I guess they wanted to call it a suit, but the room was not big enough to support this. Very small bathroom. The whole room was quite dated but functional. Breakfast was decent but nothing special.

I stayed one night here as part of a 10 day Colorado road trip. The room was small but adequate for a short stay. The only issue was with the breakfast buffet. It was very good with a lot of choices, but food kept running out and the staff could not keep up with restocking. There are not enough tables to sit and eat at and the people already done with their meal were not leaving. Staff should have asked them to vacate the tables so others could sit down. You will need to get up very early if you want all the breakfast choices to be available and a place to sit.

This hotel was in a great location and was very clean and quiet. Staff was kind and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not super fancy but was adequate and tided us over until lunch. Breakfast is also a plus for us it saves money!

Likely one of the nicest Best Westerns we have stayed. The lobby and dining area were welcoming and the staff were warm and friendly. The hotel is dog friendly and there is a lot of green space for walking around the area. Number of dining places nearby with easy freeway access.

The room was clean and had a great layout. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast choices were plentiful; there were even hot breakfast choices. The check-in associate was very friendly and helpful - even offered us some cookies.

Regarding our three day stay (9/10,11 and12) at The Best Wetern Plus in Colorado Springs: The Front Desk was asked "THREE TIMES" (in-person, in a 24-hour period, after two nights) for House-Keeping to replace our bedding, towels and toilet paper. This never occurred and my wife, after hiking all day, had to retrieve clean sheets and pillow cases from the lobby and change our own bedding before we could go to sleep. No one at the front desk seemed to care and could not explain why House-Keeping ignored our many requests. We were told "Someone must have dropped the ball." We asked if we could be COMPENSATED in some way and the Desk Manager said "No."

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights after 5 nights traveling around Colorado, Wyoming, and South Dekota. The room was clean and spacious although there were no portable luggage racks to keep the suitcases on . The breakfast was good, however not too much seating and a tour bus was staying there at the same time. It was in a good location to drive to Manitou Springs and downtown Colorado Springs. There was a mountain side deck which would have been nice to sit on but there were no chairs on it. The showers water pressure was excellent and we were on the 4th floor. Overall it was a good experience.

Room and staff were very nice. Breakfast was very basic with stale bagels and pre packaged items. Rooms do not have USB ports so make sure you take chargers that plug in. There are several good restaurants close by.

They call it pike peak. You do not see the peak from this hotel when I asked if I had a view I was told only a few room can see the peak and my 199.00 rate wasn't one if them. My view was the hotel across the street

The hotel was quite . Rooms were spacious, clean. The folks at the front desk were very helpful. There were people checking in and we had no wait time at all after traveling a long distance. The front desk made sure that were mentioned of being a loyal member.

The beds were really comfy and the pillows were groovy. The toilet was so close tot he counter that I had to sit on it crooked. But the water was hot, the pool was nice, and the staff were pleasant. A great place to store your stuff while you explore and wonderful to lay your head down. What more do you want from a hotel?

I've never arrived at a hotel just 20 minutes before the official check-in time and not been given access to my room, but now I have at this Best Western. We'd traveled all day and were exhausted - it would have gone a long way to get into our room a few minutes early. Otherwise, the room was fine and breakfast was OK, not terrible but not great either... disappointed they had no waffle maker.

They staff here are phenomenal. They are eager to help guests. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. I would stay here again! The view of the mountains was so pretty. There was enough parking to stay close to hotel as well.

Stayed here two nights after 1700 mile trip thru the mountains. Pleasantly upgraded. Quiet room. Comfortable beds. Hot breakfast. I must say something about the GM Nikki. She went above and beyond when taking care of everyone.This hard workig women did everything with a smile. Thank you Nikki!

We really had a great time on our trip. The location is great, very clean rooms, awesome daily breakfast, and friendly staff. Highly recommend for anyone, especially families and would stay again in a second! The pool is small, but perfectly fine for kids. And of course, the price is very reasonable. The only reason it's not 5 stars is I reserve that for truly fantastic luxury (ie expensive!!!) hotels and resorts.

At nearly 300 dollars for a bed, they wanted it more than we did. It is a Best Western for goodness sake! Very hard to find off the Interstate and not worth the effort. Not surprising that there was plenty of places to park.

The room was OK but the bathroom is so tight that you would have to be so tiny to comfortably sit on the toilet. It is only a couple of inches from the vanity. Will not stay there again especially for the price of the room.

Very clean and appeared the rooms have been updated so the property was very nice, and an excellent value for this area. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and I-25. The front desk person who checked us in (I don't recall her name now) was very helpful and accommodating with a room change. I'd recommend and stay here again!

My wife and I actively travel to Colorado springs quite often the price we paid for this room was 100 percent not worth it 250$ The breakfast made us sick and we had to go elsewhere there was microwaved Bacon and rubber eggs definitely not staying here again!

This hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Green Chili Pork that was on the free breakfast buffet was wonderful. This is a good value for the money. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. Rooms were very nice. Room did not have a lot of space to keep your suitcases and floor space around the bed and furniture were limited. Large people may have a issue, but we were fine. You needed to use your bed to open your suitcase with two people. Bathrooms were very nice and actually had a glass shower door instead of a curtain.

Lobby and rooms very clean. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was done as safely as possible with Covid situation. We have stayed at this hotel in past and will continue to do so. Beds were comfortable. Rain shower head was amazing.

We opened our door to a nice clean and rather roomy room. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Wish the breakfast had more choices instead of cereal, bagels, and toast. Other room had sausage, biscuit, and gravy. coffee was good and available all the time.

We stayed for 3 nights in early August. Breakfast was good (bacon and eggs, along with the bagels, fruit, yogurt you'd expect). Room was clean. Fresh water available in lobby so that you were able to bring your own cups and fill them. Only complaint was that towel service left something to be desired as we had to go to the desk two nights in a row for towels. Otherwise, we'd stay here again.

This is a nice, updated hotel, in a good location; close to the interstate highway and easy to find. Very clean. Parking is good. Breakfast was standard and there didn't seem to be much variety, but that was not a game changer for us. I would stay here again.

An above average hotel with a good location. Close to sights, restaurants and shopping. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, likely impacted by Covid was a little limited. Room was nice overall, but could stand a little updating - especially the bathroom. Bathroom was fairly cramped and our room had most starting on ceiling above the shower and sink drained extremely slow.

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, we had a King with a sitting area which was very nice. Breakfast was a plus and the staff was wonderful! Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods was a short drive from our hotel and fine dining was also nearby.

I loved my time at the Best Western in Colorado Springs. The room and bathroom were very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. The only thing that was a negative for me was how small the room was. Other than that this hotel was great! I especially loved the vibe of the lobby, the beakfast served, and how quick check in was. We have previously stayed at this hotel while visiting CO Springs. This was our least favorite stay. There was mold in shower along the shower base. One of the bed coverings had a significant stain. The breakfast was mediocre compared with BW in Castle Rock and other places we stayed during our visit. Online check in was a nice feature that we took advantage of. Front desk staff was polite.

Asked for a room on a higher floor in the notes on my reservation, got a room right across from the hotel laundry. Only went down hill from there. We returned to our room in the evening day one and found our room had not been serviced, we asked the front desk why and were told we were not on the "list". My husband told them to put us on the "list" everyday. Needless to say we just kept getting the run around, and we had to repeatedly go to the front desk for towels and even toilet paper. The rooms are dungeon like and old. Broken down mattress, thin scratchy sheets, and rancid smelling old pillows. These people do not care and it shows. The photos online must have been taken YEARS ago and you will notice in them every light in the room is on. No cute pillows or bed runner grace these rooms. Not sure where the rooms with the glass shower doors are, our had a dank curtain.The couch was black and dirty across the top and we tried to keep a towel over it, gross. Only redeeming value was the close proximity to family we were visiting. Very depressing place, avoid if you can.

Clean rooms & helpful staff. Rooms & bathrooms are small, only reason for four stars instead of 5. Family of nine traveling from Ohio to Colorado and on to Utah then Grand Canyon in Arizona. Would recommend staying here.

Had to change our room because of size of bathroom! Toilet so close to sink it was uncomfortable. Next room had two kinds of mold in bathroom and the toilet was again painfully close to the sink. Last try was clean but a/c unit was spitting water all night. Very wet carpet in front of the ac.

very enjoyable stay at this hotel..EVERYTHING was great..highly recommended for families..room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful..I guess the only thing was guests not wearing their masks...would have been nice if adults would have worn their masks given that there were lots of kids in the hotel..nice view on the terrace...but not really from the rooms..

The place is very clean and the staff are very helpful. We will definitely use the property next time will be around the area. The front desk employee gave us a room close to the elevator because I have my elderly mother with me.

Extremely clean, great staff, pool area was clean and well taken care of. Good location in proximity to surrounding sight seeing. Breakfast was good with several options. Nice spacious rooms that were clean and well kept. I would definitely bring my family here again.

This was a great surprise for a Best Western. The reviews are what made me give it a try and glad we did. Good size room, comfy bed, huge TV, good WiFi in room, very good breakfast and nice clean common areas. Only complaint was due to staff (covid) you have to ask for room service, exchange towels and request to, soap, shampoo. Not a big deal but the front desk gal claimed to have knocked on our door twice and left towels outside door and we never got them. The other issue was air in plumbing which made a very loud gurgling sounds in our shower every few hours in evening and night. We'd run shower for a few minutes do stop it.

We enjoyed our stay at this Best Western hotel. The amenities were great although we did not utilize most of them. The breakfast options were great, food was delicious. We took advantage of the water for guests they have located at the lobby. The room was exceptionally clean. Thank you!

Amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely kind and made us feel very comfortable. The room was clean and our daughters enjoyed the pool. We are planning to come back next year and we highly recommend Best Western Plus to stay in Colorado Springs

Central location awesome facility. This facility was a gem. Open and airy lobby. Elevator,exercise room pool all together which was great planning. One evening we didn't want to drive for dinner..several excellent restaurants within walking distance.. would definitely recommend this hotel,

The staff was very friendly and the premise was clean and updated. The location was central to downtown and northern Colorado Springs, which made our sight seeing and house hunting tour very convenient.

GREAT Staff - nice, quiet, centralized location to all hiking / tourist locations. Rooms a bit on the small side but all very nice; try to get a bigger room for more than 2 people. Breakfast was standard fare but can be a bit crowded if hotel is hosting large groups so have patience or go elsewhere. Overall - very nice place !

We loved the Kins Suite Mountain View room - nice window seat to look at the view, and a separate sitting area for the part of the couple that stays up late reading, or gets up early. Well located, clean, comfortable - loved it. We are ready to move in.

My King suite reserved and paid for through hotels.com was given away and I was given a double bed room (without being told so). Then receptionist lied and said hotels.com transmitted the wrong room type. Confirmed as untrue with hotels.com. The next morning the staff person at checkout said it was hotels.com responsibility to refund me the room difference, and then when I said I needed proof of wrong room even lied to me and and I could not have a receipt from my stay since it was booked through a third party. THIS WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER AT A HOTEL. Also, beware of numerous deep potholes in parking area and trash in hallways left for days.

We were pleased with the attentiveness, courtesy and friendliness of the staff. The rooms were nice and clean as well as the lobby/breakfast area. The continental breakfast with hot items were also very good.

Loved this hotel. Clean, with (mostly) friendly staff - and close to everything. Not many breakfast options, but the pool and hot tub looked beautiful, and maintenance staff were on the spot with fresh towels. One employee in particular gets 5 gold stars for being so helpful... she was new and was dealing with a lot, but stayed upbeat and went out of her way for us. Only room for improvement was in regard to a specific staff member, who on several occasions actively ignored the long line of waiting guests to answer (long) phone calls. As someone who used to work in the industry, this is probably one of the biggest no-nos for front desk employees - don't keep people standing there in a long line to tend to phone reservations, those can wait. Otherwise I'd 100% recommend!

The check in went easy and front desk person was helpful and knowledgeable. The room was spacious and well done. The best item in the room was the shower. Lots of hot water. We had food internet connection which sometimes is a problem in other motels. One of the betterBW we have stayed in. We would recommend this motel

The staff was friendly and informative. The breakfast was great and very efficient. Continental breakfast includes hot food by order due to covid regulations. Fresh food and great selection! The room was clean. The parking and location were great. I would stay here again if in the area.

Most of our visit was very enjoyable but would have liked to see some gluten free options in the breakfast area and my husband would have liked updated areas in the room for charging (USB port in lamps) devices. I especially loved the window seat in our room with the view! I also appreciated the orange water by the front desk - so refreshing!

Great staff - very helpful with any requests I had. The indoor pool is a nice extra for relaxing after a day of touring. The beds were comfortable. Some of the little things: the shower pressure was good, paper glasses and paper coffee cups, towels and linens were fluffy and soft. There is a microwave and good sized refrigerator. Great stay. The only reason for the missing star was the pandemic inconveniences. I'm not sure how much longer hotels are going to use this as an excuse for incomplete service. There is a full, hot breakfast offered each morning. If I can sit in your crowded breakfast nook with 50 unmasked people then you can enter my room - when I'm not even there - to refresh toiletries, towels, coffee and toilet paper. It is just an added layer of inconvenience to have to stop at the desk each day and ask for used towels to be removed, ask for trash cans to be emptied, ask for more coffee pods, ask for more toilet paper, etc. Fresh towels were dropped at our door wrapped in plastic. I'm not criticizing this hotel in particular but hotels in general. The excuse of "protecting me" is no longer valid. If I'm paying full price I expect full service.

Good location and staff were nice. Didn't expect that we had to ask for coffee cups everyday, ask for toilet paper and Kleenex (really), 4 days and NO service but still paid a higher price then almost any other BW I have stayed at and I'm platinum. 3 very large potholes in entrance that could easily damage tires. Pool by the only very slow elevator so the floor was often wet as the many kids went up and down. We came for a memorial service but I doubt I would stay here again

Clean, safe, great views, and great area. Staff was friendly and always accommodated to any request we had. Bathroom was nice and room was very clean and had a great view of pikes peak. My girl friend is hard to please with hotels and she really liked this hotel. Breakfast was decent and we loved the fruit infused water what was always out when we would get back. Side note: I am very causes of covid and I felt safe staying here.

Great stay rooms were clean view was great. Air condition could've been a little better struggled with the heat they were having at best. All staff seemed extremely friendly and courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again just retired plan on traveling and more than likely will be back at the same hotel later on in this year or next for sure

This was a very comfortable room, with space to sit and read. The bed was very comfortable and even with COVID restrictions, the continental breakfast was just right. The hotel was clean. The location was convenient to the shopping area and the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance.

We were in Colorado Springs for 1 night. The reviews on trip advisor were spot on. Our room was very clean with nice comfortable beds. The breakfast was great for grabbing and hitting the road. If were ever back in Colorado Springs we will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed three nights on a family vacation. The kids enjoyed the pool each night and the hotel was clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Good location with easy access to restaurants and the Interstate.

Friendly service, comfortable bed, and good breakfast. Only stayed for two nights while traveling around the state. We had access to everything we needed for our stay. The driveway/parking lot is in rough shape but that would be my only complaint.

Reception staff were extremely friendly and courteous though they were clearly overworked and handling other chores as well. Clean room, picturesque Edomondson trail nearby for walking/running. Great option if you are traveling with pets.

Quiet, comfortable and quite clean property. Had a Mountain facing high floor room so no traffic noise. Air con nice and cool- albeit a little noisy when going on and off. We were close to a fun and tasty restaurant- Teds Montana Grill so that was also a plus. Good breakfast - no more take out brown bag.

My husband and I stayed here for a week for our anniversary. The beds are super comfortable, the entire hotel was very clean and the staff was super nice. I must say the view from our room (318) was amazing. To wake up with the perfect view of the mountains every am was wonderful.

We decided to stay at the Best Western because of its closeness to Garden of the Gods. The place was modern, clean and service was excellent. The breakfast was continental with additional hot breakfast if desired.

Nice place to stay. Walking distance to Outback and Old Chicago made it nice after an eight hour ride. Clean comfortable beds. The atmosphere was great and staff attentive and polite. I would definitely stay there again.

Room was dirty mold in shower and no pool after 10 pm for adults breakfast was something u get from a convenient store staff wasn't very friendly. It was a one night getaway for our anniversary but so disappointed

We had the King Corner Suite with Mountain View's on the 4th floor recently. We wished we could have stayed longer than the one night! It was immaculate, quiet and huge. The shower is awesome, we had 2 TVs with HBO. The included breakfast had bacon and eggs besides the usual yogurt and fruit. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. If ever in the area again we will be sure to stay at the Best Western Plus Peak Vista Inn.

Everyone from front desk, to housekeepers to breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. I had an absolutely glorious view of Pikes Peak. My room was clean, but because of COVID-19 they do not clean daily… However I was able to get fresh linens and towels anytime I wanted.

Really enjoyed my time. Very clean and comfortable with a great pool/spa to entertain my son :) Conveniently located off of Woodman and I-25 , close to all the fun stuff CS has to offer. Garden of the gods and Manitou are only 15-20 min away!

I was expecting a great hotel based on the reviews. The minute you walk in, the hotel reeks of bleach. The room smelled so strongly of chemicals, it made me sick. Had major allergic response. I went to talk to the front desk and was told it was probably the covid fogger they use in each of the rooms. Yep, they are spraying toxic chemicals into each room to "kill covid". I asked to change rooms and was told there were none open. I asked if I could check out and was told I have to pay for one night (was staying multiple). This front desk person was so incredibly rude and unhelpful. So we opened the window and left the fan running and we left the room for several hours. Came back, no change. Still chemical fragrance flowery weird smell. Woke up with major sinus pain. Checked out in the morning. In addition to the awful chemical odors everywhere in the hotel, the toilet is so close to the sink cabinet you can barely fit, the hotel looks run down with baseboards and windows rotting and peeling off, the bed was rock hard and the couch was stained. The breakfast being offered is the worst of any hotel I have stayed out while driving across country (mostly Best Westerns). Depending on where your room is, you hear the freeway ALL night long. Highly recommend staying elsewhere.

This is one of the cleanest Best Westerns we have ever stayed in. We were traveling from Texas to Washington to see family and this was a great place to stop for the night. The staff was friendly and the water up front was incredible!

When first checking into the hotel, I found on 4/20 guest were in front smoking marihuana. Along with odor coming from the elevator to, I couldn't even get on. First thinking I was not even going to return because of the not caring about the rest of hotel guest. Then in the morning the oder was gone and talking to a hotel person-Sorry I didn't get her name. I felt better about returning from here on out. I will use this as my business hotel. Only 1 small flaw I wish they start doing more for breakfast the what they offered toast, cereal, all grab and go's. I have stayed at a few hotels that offer full breakfast, just having a staff member whipping down tables & chairs after each use. Or offer plastic gloves to serve to the guest!!????

Very comfortable hotel, receptionist was nice. Noise complaint next door but front desk did proceed to knock at the guest's door and loud noise and music stopped soon after. We would definitely stay again! Best Western hotels are our go-to any time.

Great location very easy to get on and off the highways. Nice location with views of the mountains. The morning cold breakfast was better than other hotels we stayed at and consisted of cold cereal, oranges or bananas, danish, bagels, orange and apple juice, fruit bars and hot coffee. The room was very nice, comfortable bed with a great shower.

I enjoyed staying at this Best Western. It's a very convenient location with a beautiful view of Pike's Peak. Rae at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating, and Ted at the front desk was friendly and thorough. Attractive decor at this hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 3 days visiting the area for College tours. The showerhead was amazing! The service was friendly and the location was great. The chemicals in the pool and hot tub were too strong but otherwise nice. Of course with COVID the breakfast is very minimal.

Helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was run well and maintained by sweet attendants. The rooms were quite small, but the deluxe beds were comfortable. Good quality place. Pet friendly and lots of dogs but all were well behaved and quiet.

I stay here ever time I come to Colorado Springs. Good location, excellent rooms and entire hotel. I can recommend this to anyone. I pay a little extra to get a room with a view of the mountains. Pool setup is great, and my grandchildren get to let off a little steam.

After reading all the good reviews here, I was looking forward to my stay at Colorado Springs, but it started out on a very bad note. Before arriving, I was pleasantly surprised that could check in online and put in my comments and requests. When I arrived, despite being BW Gold, I was given probably the worst room. It was small, dark, with no view. Also, none of the requests were addressed. It feels like nobody bothered to read the check in comments. I also specifically looked for hotels with microwave as I needed to sterilize bottles for my baby, but the microwave in the room didn't work. We did some troubleshooting and realized it wasn't connected to an outlet as the cable was too short. When we informed the front desk staff, he told us the hotel was full. When we asked for an extension cord so we can move the microwave and plug it in ourselves, he told us he didn't have one, can't do anything, and asked us to talk to the manager the next day. We had to move the furniture around and figure out how to get things working ourselves. Very disappointed!

Super clean hotel, everyone was so friendly. The view of the mountains outside was just beautiful! The service at best western will bring us back to any best western, we stayed at 2 different ones on our trip, and they are just really good people! Would highly recommend!! Even though breakfast was limited anyone could find something! And again, great cleaning protocol!! Smelled clean and looked clean!!!

The bed was super comfy! I was there 4 days during the Blizzard in March 2021. The entire staff was fantastic! Friendly, helpful The hotel is easy to get to from the highway and a nice location too. I had the King suite it was a great space, large tv, couch, The shower head was wonderful (gonna try to find one of those for home)

Nice hotel. Updated and clean. Nice sized room and appropriate furniture for the space. VERY comfortable beds! The pool area was nice but the hot tub is very small. Ok for 4 people and that is pushing it a bit if you are not related or friends. I would have had a very nice view of the mountains on the 2nd floor but a big pine tree was in the way directly outside of my window. It needed trimming. Great prices for the hotel - it was in very good shape and modern.

Good value. The traditional Best Western room. Would be nice if they added lamps that had USB ports. I would like to see a full breakfast, but I know this is not possible during covid no stars taken off for this though.

Very clean friendly employees. Saw this lady very upset yelling at the front desk and the young man behind the desk kept his cool and was polite thru it kudos to him. The breakfast was good. The pool was open so that was a plus.

We actually live in the same city, but I desperately needed to get the kids out of the house. Booked a night just for the pool/hot tub (this is what it has come to during pandemic). We were allowed to make an hour pool reservation (they are normally 30 min) as they limit pool occupancy to 6. It was a lovely pool area and beds were comfortable as usual at BW.

This hotel is well managed and very clean. The check - in lady was very helpful. We had room 310 at first but there was a problem with the toilet; wouldn't stop running! We called down, she came right up and checked everything. Seeing as it wouldn't be able to be fixed right away, she gave us a different room, 2 doors down so we would not have to lug everything far. Thank you!

Ted was amazing and went above and beyond to help us celebrate my son's birthday. He did a great job explaining the Covid restrictions and made us feel wonderful on our visit. We will be back again. Ted rocks!

I am on a long-term construction project at the US Air Force Academy, and stay at the Best Western Plus Peak Vista Inn & Suites during the week, then travel home and back on the weekends. I have stayed at this Best Western on a weekly basis since the beginning of August 2020, and I have never been disappointed. The GM of this Best Western is doing a great job of providing customer service during a difficult time for hotels. The staff is always friendly and professional, and the rooms are always neat and clean. Breakfast has been curtailed due to the state requirements, but they still serve a modified continental breakfast. There are limits on the number of people allowed in the pool and hot tub, but it seems that the guests are understanding and I have not seen any problems. This hotel is also within a 2-3 minute walk to an Old Chicago restaurant and an Outback restaurant, and a gas station is 1 block away. My stays at the Peak Vista Inn have also been very cost effective for my company. I am recommending this Best Western hotel to anyone who has business in the Colorado Springs area, or plan on coming to Colorado Springs for a vacation.

I stayed at the Best Western Plus Peak Vista Inn & Suites due to an internet coupon I received and the great customer ratings received by the hotel. I was not disappointed, this was a great hotel location with an amazing staff. The hotel itself was a little outdated but the rooms were very clean and the service was great. They also served a complimentary breakfast which definitely had food to meat any breakfast diet. I was very pleased with this hotel and recommend it to anyone visiting Colorado Springs.

We stayed here as it had the most reasonable pet fee in the area but even at that we paid $80 for our dog for a 4 night stay. Very small room. Limited breakfast, I ended up buying groceries and just had their coffee. Only 1 chair in room, at the desk which blocked the bathroom.

I had to spend one night in the Springs while my car was being repaired. Trusting the Best Western Plus chain I booked here, and was rewarded with an excellent night's sleep and a spacious studio for comfort as I waited. The breakfast was not the typical COVID inspired grab and go, but a nice buffet with bacon and eggs cooked on order. While this visit was strictly business, I would gladly return again with family for a pleasure trip. The location is just off I-25 so very easy to find but far enough away not to hear any freeway noise.

My husband and I decided to take a staycation to relax for a few days. This Best Western reminded me why we prefer this chain. The employees were fabulous! Very friendly and immediately took care of the one small issue we had. It was very clean and quiet. They had the indoor pool open and we got to make a reservation for it due to covid. We were the only ones in it so it was very nice. The parking lot was full, but we never heard any noise during our stay. We will definitely return!

This was an awesome place to stay! We had a great view of the Rockies! I suggest asking for a 4th floor mountain view room. Centralized, so it is close to a lot of stuff. They do an awesome job, especially with the pandemic going on. Highly recommend!

The gentle man working the desk in the evening was nice, professional, and accommodating! The entire hotel was very clean. This includes the pool and hot tub area! It wasn't slimy or moldy anywhere. I usually get kinda weirded out by pool areas but I'd 100% go again. It was pet friendly. We didn't bring a pet but we met a lot of new fur friends! There wasn't pet accidents anywhere. The room was very nice. Not dirty and very comfortable. Our compliments to the house keepers! Thank you! The pool times were organized and fair. Will definitely be back.

Excellent place to stay it's very clean and the staff was attentive and friendly too. This location is very close to all attractions. I will definitely stay here again when vacationing in Colorado. I recommend a fire pit in front of the hotel.

My family of 6 enjoyed our stay. We had no problems with the room. The biggest concern I had was the bed felt like it had a crater in the middle of it. Overall, I would still return to this place to stay again.

I booked the corner King bed room suite mountain view. I would have to say I was pretty disappointed . The mountain view was one window in the bedroom. The sitting room was so small they had room for only a single chair. How can a suite have one chair ? I noticed that non corner King suites had sofas so I recommend if you both expect to sit and watch tv and don't want to sit at a desk chair ,you get one of those. The hotel itself is fine . I was just disappointed that my room did not live up to my expectations.

Beds were comfy. Room was quiet and clean. Grab and go breakfast could have been better, but we will blame that on COVID (just need to keep it stocked add a donut of muffin). Pool has a 30 minute per family schedule due to COVID; We didn't get to try the pool out.

Great experience for a reasonable price. The front desk staff was friendly and informative. The room was clean, quiet and had everything we needed including a good size fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable (cloud like) and the shower had excellent water pressure. The breakfast was continental and pretty minimal, but they are all like that now. All in all, a great stay!

I and my family have been in the throws of moving and needed to find a reasonable and comfortable hotel arrangement. Decided on this Best Western Peak Vista Inn. I've stayed at many hotels of this class for its overall value. This hotel exceeded all expectations in comfort, friendliness and value. We had to extend a few nights as our residence was not yet move in ready. Everyone here at this location could not have been more accommodating. I was truly impressed

During these trying times they have developed a system that still allows them to give superior service. I am very impressed with how ki d and helpful the staff is and would recommend this hotel chain to everyone.

My mom and grandma would take us to the springs once a year as a treat. My granddaughter had been doing distance learning for 2 weeks and needed to get out of our very small town so I decided to take her to the springs. A coworker recommended your hotel. Yes it was very clean and affordable.My granddaughter loved the window seat. I was thrilled the workout room was open even thought the TV was out of order. Glad I brought my headphones! Pillows were amazing, staff was friendly.

This was a perfect room with lots of space, and a very nice view! I even got to use the hot tub. Breakfast was hot and ready to go. I would come back anytime! They even have a Keurig coffee maker in the room!

so I stayed 3 night at this location! I am a rewards member and this was the worst one ever! Tube would not drain told the front counter each day! They did not try to move me or try to do anything to help the problem! This drives me crazy that the customer service was lacking. And to refresh service it's a joke the way it is explained and the follow through is horrible! I should have just started at super 8! Will never stay at this location again if they don't try to make this right!!!

Great staff, very accommodating and friendly. SO SORRY I lost her name, Rae? Renae? goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Never heard a noise from the other rooms next door or overhead. Even with a dog the room was very clean, some places look like they do less cleaning if you bring a fur baby. Slept great. Because of COVID we did not have breakfast there, but they offered bacon and eggs on request along with the usual cold items. Visit family there 1-2 times a year and this is our new place to stay.

We did not use any facilities other than our sleeping room and the breakfast so I cannot speak to the pool, etc. On the weekend, they cook eggs but it is unclear how to request, where to stand (or sit) and I saw people with pancakes so I was generally confused. I'd say stick to the hard cooked eggs, they're fresh, and make some toast or have a bagel. I listened to the front desk try to help people with restaurants but honestly, they are not concierges and I smiled at their personal preferences. Find your own restaurants ahead of time on Trip Advisor. I'd stay here again!

My family and I stayed one night and used the pool and hot tub area. Everything worked was expected and the room was nice. This place has fairly updated bathrooms that aren't huge, but look nice. Plenty of outlets in the room to charge your devices. Breakfast during covid was nice. Really nice front entry way and breakfast area.

Clean hotel with a feeling you get more than you'd pay for elsewhere. Water pressure is freaking amazing! I mean a hot shower like no other. Hotel manager Nicki takes care of everything my team ever needs while they stay there.

We were supposed to be in Estes Park for 5 days but due to the fires had to switch our plans last minute. Every single employee we came across was incredibly nice and extremely helpful. The rooms were very clean and having the pool/hot tub open with limitations due to COVID was just what our two children needed after the Estes Park disappointment. The breakfast in the morning is 10/10 and the woman working the breakfast was above and beyond. I haven't seen a hotel breakfast operate like this - she cleaned after someone would go through the line and made sure the bagel drawers were filled at all times and asked us how our breakfast was on a couple different occasions. Because of the wonderful staff and the cleanliness of this hotel - it made it easy to relax and take the vacation we were hoping to have in Estes! We have already talked about coming back and staying at this hotel when we come back to the springs which hopefully is sooner rather than later!

Very clean hotel and room and friendly staff. It was conveniently located near restaurants/pubs and attractions. Close to the freeway too. They even had a hot breakfast which I wasn't expecting. Would definatelly stay there again.

First, it was very busy - I was surprised. But, staff was friendly, my room was clean, and I felt the way staff was handling the breakfast buffet was adequate to encourage social distancing. The only thing I noticed, after having stayed at this facility several times in the past, was that the property is looking a little 'worn.'

This was the third time that my family I have stayed here. As always, the room was clean, staff was friendly and efficient, and we had an all around great stay. Even with Covid happening, they took all precautions within the hotel to keep everybody safe.

After traveling around CO we stopped here to see Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. There are many things to do however everyone else is there to see them too. We enjoyed the cleanliness and spacious rooms. When the pool and hot tub were not busy we got to use them and they were so nice after a long day. The staff was kind and friendly and helpful. We liked the area, it felt safe with a few places to eat nearby and a gas station. Everything was decently close to drive to. We suggest making the drive to Cripple Creek and check out the phantom canyon drive. NICE! Breakfast was a draw for myself it was okay. The woman handing out eggs and bacon very kind! Many people had dogs with them, we couldn't hear them at all, rooms very sound proof!

This place was very clean, convenient location, friendly staff and very quiet. We couldn't of asked for more. Close to Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls. Lots of restuarants and lots of hiking options. Great place to stay! We will be going back to this location next year. We highly recommend this place.

The staff and policies made us feel comfortable while traveling in the pandemic. They did their best in presenting a good selection for grab and go breakfast. I wish they had hard boiled eggs more often. I need proteins in the morning for blood sugar maintenance and the pastries didn't help much. Cream cheese and peanut butter were the alternatives. Very clean and comfortable.

Our stay was fantastic, we had a mountain view king room and the view was great! The front desk staff were very kind and knowledgeable! If we travel to CO Springs again, we will be staying here again! Walking distance to quite a few restaurants also!

Great Place to stay. Top Notch. Breakfast was NOT the paper bag --grab and go type. Hot Oatmeal, Pancakes, fruit, milk, etc. King size bed and room was very clean. Helpful and prompt front staff (24 hrs) and cleaning staff. Highly recommend and would stay there again once I am in the area.

Lovely accommodations, great remodel and the bed was heavenly. That said, we prefer a less corporate feel. We were very surprised to have a required deposit. We missed the breakfast by 1 minute and well, that was too much for this hotel. For those who don't seek a unique feel, this place is perfect.

We were impressed with the quality of our stay. The beds are comfortable, the shower head is amazing, and our room was very quiet. Staff were friendly and to go breakfast was adequate. I would definitely recommend.

I stay at a lot of BW maybe 30 a year and this is the absolute best Best Western you will visit. The property is conveniently located on Hwy 25. It is clean and the folks that work there are always pleasant.

I have stayed here 6 times in the last year and I've always enjoyed it. The most important part is that I feel completely safe when I'm there - even when I come in late at night. The hotel is always clean, staff is polite and attentive. They have a laundry room and computer with printer for guests to use. Can't ask for anything better.

This hotel was newer and very clean. The front desk staff were friendly and fast. I stay at a fair amount of hotels and this one was pretty quiet at night, which is important to me. It's centrally located - easy on & off I 25.

Over the past two months I've had to spend 43 nights in Colorado Springs and this hotel is where I chose to stay, and what a great choice it was. Very clean, convenient to freeway and shopping/restaurants, great breakfast options. This is my home away from home in the Springs area.

Friendly staff, very clean property, great breakfast. The location was central to everything we wanted to do (Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, etc.) I would absolutely stay here again. Loved the pineapple water in the lobby!

My family member and I stayed at the hotel when visiting relatives in the area. The hotel stay was overall a good experience. The hotel staff were friendly and professional and facilities were clean and well-maintained overall. Despite the limitations with COVID, the breakfast was decent. The pool and hot tub area were refreshing and clean. The room and bathroom were both clean and comfortable. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future. Keep up the good work!

Drove to CO from Tx. This place is conveniently located off the freeway but not noisy at all. The place was at capacity but you never felt overcrowded. Staff was helpful with our children and addressing their 100 questions. The room was clean and comfy for a family of 5 even. They are located close to the entrance of garden of the Gods so this is a plus.

The overall stay was great. Staff was extremely friendly. Room wasnt the best. Had a King Mountain view suite. Light bulbs were out, and the room was pretty dark and poorly lit. Comfy but needs update

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is well maintained and a short drive to restaurants, the grocery store, gas stations and the freeway. Most of the outdoor attractions are a 15 to 20 minute drive. The room was clean and beds comfy. The breakfast was not great to be honest. I understand the desire to be cautious but there's risk associated with staying at the hotel and consuminf any provided food.

Very clean room. Extremely accommodating. Early check in and late check out. Nice smoke area outside. Nice indoor pool and work out room. Staff and guest all wore masks. Had free snacks in afternoon. Provided a snack menu and happy hour with drinks. Provided extra towels, blankets, pillows and toiletries. Had microwave, stove top, fridge with freezer and coffee in room. Friendly staff and clean modern room. Family was very pleased with my choice. We hated to leave. Nice breakfast too. Staff all went out of their way to help our stay be as pleasant as possible. Thanks so very much. Can't go wrong with this hotel.

This was our first time traveling with our dogs and they did great. We requested a pet friendly room and it was conveniently located near an exit. They were super friendly as they were last time we stayed (last year). Great breakfast even during the pandemic. Thank you staff and best western for a stay that kind of helped me forget Covid was a thing for a few minutes. oh also, it was clean.

I stayed at the Best Western Plus Peak last week and I was very impressed with the staff and hotel itself. The bed was comfortable and the room itself was very nice! I love that they are dog friendly and help make sure your stay is comfortable. I will be staying here again!

We decided to go to Rocky mountain with friends and family. After a long drive from Texas we stopped over in Colorado springs over night. Hotel employees are very energetic and helpful. Everything we as great except for the limited breakfast due to covid 19

We booked a mountain view with two queens. We only stayed one night, but the room was comfortable for all three of us, me, my husband and 20 year old son. Beds were comfortable and nice size fridge to keep our drinks in. Loved it was right next to 511 Tactical too! Though we tried to check in at 2:45 with a 3 pm check in, we were told our room wasn't ready, that was a bummer! Front desk clerk was very nice upon arrival and we were greeted on the way out as well. I think the breakfast is now grab and go style because of COVID. One thing we did not like is we could not open the window except about an inch.

My family was so happy with our stay here! The beds were super comfortable and everything was extremely clean! Even with COVID, they were able to offer some breakfast options, which we greatly appreciated! If your looking for a hotel in the Colorado Springs area, I highly recommend you stay here.

After staying at a different (nightmare) of a hotel the night before - my husband booked us here for the next 3 nights and we LOVED IT! Soooooo clean, the staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the indoor pool with our toddler every day. We can't wait to go back!

We drove in from Texas so we were extremely tired. Upon arrival, (3:15), we were told they were running behind and he couldn't promise how long it would be. Needless to say, I was not happy!! However, I realized that this COVID-19 has thrown a wrench in everyone's life. We sat in the lobby and at a 3:40ish they said our room was ready. The room is nice and clean. It seems like an older Best Western and I absolutely hate air conditioning that goes on and off!! Overall, so far our stay is ok. Would I stay here again? Probably not due to the AC units. If that doesn't bother you, it will be a good place to stay. I cannot comment on the breakfast as we won't be eating.

I was looking for a hotel that was clean, friendly, great rates and excellent breakfast. I found this hotel to have all of the above except the breakfast that was not great at all. I understand Covid-19 is impacting and food choices are limited but they had no milk substitute, the few pastries were gross, oatmeal was so sticky, and only an apple for fruits.

I was extremely pleased at how well-appointed and clean the rooms were. The bed was extremely comfortable! Easy to find, the front desk clerk clearly informed me of property amenities and all the precautions being taken due to covid19. Lots of restaurants close around. I really enjoyed my stay and would return when visiting Colorado Springs. It is well-maintained and provides lots of value for the cost.

Great place to stay with Family! Staff was great. Close to everything in the Colorado Springs area. The balcony is great to step out on and view the beautiful mountains. There is outside seating to eat at if you have food delivered!

Stayed one night this week. Hotel is very nice, near many other hotels. Picked this hotel for pool. Pool was nice but very small and lots of kids/families there. Hot tub is connected to pool and nice and clean. Towels are provided, but we had to go ask them to restock and they were gone the minute they put them out. Rooms were nice, beds were very comfortable. Had closet and fridge in room along with a cushion seat in window over a/c unit. Breakfast consisted of oatmeal, danishes, cereal, toast and bagels, egg patty things. Overall hotel was very nice, just wish pool would been a little larger (or more room to sit around).

This is such a clean hotel to use as a home base from your busy day. The breakfast was slim due to Covid, but still enough to get you started. Did not use the pool area, nor the workout area due to safety concerns , but others did. They were certainly prepared for safety and cleanliness during this time. Plenty of parking, too.

This place was close to many of the sites that we visited. The lobby was very inviting. The staff was very friendly and made us feel that we had chosen the right place to stay. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable for a good night's rest. If I am in that area again, I will stay there again.
