Best Western Plus Chandler Hotel & Suites

Overall the best of the hotels we stayed in during a three week holiday. Staff were universally friendly, from check in to check out. The room was very pleasant and crucially everything in it worked as it should - sadly not always the case. Breakfast had a very good variety of options. There is a free guest laundry, which we used. The hotel is set back from the road so noise is minimal to zero and our north-facing upper floor room had a pleasant semi-rural aspect- great for watching the thunder and lightning show one evening. Well done to manager Tabatha and her team. A great example of the marketing maxim that there is much to be gained by doing the basics that bit better than everyone else.

We have been coming to Phoenix for Spring Training for many years. The hotel we usually stay at was sold out, so I searched for a suitable alternative and found a winner! Right at the junction of I 10 and the 202 Loop, it is perfectly situated for quick access to the heart of the city or its surrounding suburbs. Well maintained property, spacious quiet room, comfortable bed, reasonable price, substantial hot breakfast choices, and a friendly staff. Jennifer and the housekeeping staff worked to get us into our room early, which made our day. Pecos Park, less than a mile away, is a great place to take a walk! This will definitely be our go-to hotel from now on!

My stay at this hotel was entirely uneventful and I mean that in a good way. The property was lovely and perfectly suited Arizona vibes. The hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. They had an amazing free breakfast and guests were definitely taking full advantage of it. The room itself was clean and spacious. Everything in the room was working and stocked, which is not always the case. They had 2 guest laundry rooms, which was amazing. Also, pricing for this hotel was better than if I booked closer to Phoenix. It was also just off the I-10 freeway and very close to Chandler outlets, which was huge, and a giant casino as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone in the area in need of a place to stay,

Tried calling to speak to someone about cancellation a reservation due to a family issue. The woman who answered the phone at reception was about the rudest human I've spoken with in awhile. She had absolutely no interest in helping me whatsoever and was completely annoyed that I even called.

During my recent business trip to Chandler, I had the pleasure of staying at Best Western Plus once again. True to its reputation, the rooms were clean, nice, and impeccably tidy, just as I remembered from my previous visit. What stood out this time was the noticeable improvement in the breakfast area—it felt cleaner, smelled nicer, and left a positive impression. Additionally, I must commend the workers at the front desk for being very nice and friendly, contributing to the overall positive experience. This attention to detail, coupled with the consistent quality of the accommodations, reaffirms my decision to choose Best Western Plus for future stays. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Very Low review of this place. Would not recommend this Hotel to anyone. No garbage removed for 3 nights. No towels or room was ever refreshed during the 3 nights, coffee maker did not work. Service /Desk staff where notified and asked to refresh and clean the room but nothing happened as far as improving these conditions. Would definitely not recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Older hotel that has increased their price due to inflation but is not worth to be paid over $100 per night, but still lower than others in the area. Older carpets, crack in sink, 4 tiny soft throw pillow size for the bed but bed was nice. Water bottle fill stations were either broken or needed a new filter which was not done in 2 weeks even tho it was reported. Gym wax dirty and cramped and well used so crowded, they'd be better off increasing the size of the gym . Breakfast was included and good for a free breakfast. Very close to I10 highway and casino which was a bonus for entertainment and golfing.

Pillows were terrible and four of them laid end to end covered about half the bed width. Breakfast had less options and less quality than others For 200/night, was expecting the quality that I'd seen over many recent stays at other BW hotels.

The location was great for us to travel to many areas of Phoenix. Easy freeway access any direction. Great rooms and service. They have an indoor pool which was great since it was cool and rainy outside.

Room wasn't dusted, sink didn't drain & was very dirty. Multiple burnt out light bulbs. Front desk staff was great at check in, very friendly. The room itself was disappointing, made it difficult to relax in a space that just didn't work & was dusty.

We've stayed at many Best Western hotels in the US and Canada. This is the best one we've ever stayed at. The hotel and room we're spotless. Our room was very spacious with high ceilings, living room and kitchen. Great location with easy access to freeway. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel had a wonderful view and was central to many outlet stores and restaurants throughout the area we are looking forward to returning to this hotel in the near future and enjoy the wonderful staff and the kindness of the manager!!!

We stayed 11 nights visiting our kids and grandkids. The Best Western Plus has always been our Home away from home. We always enjoy our stay. Very convenient. Oue daughter, grand daughter and son in law stayed at the best western near superstition Mountains,

I am a long-time Best Western customer. We were from our state to give care to my mom at her home for her last days. I reserved two rooms, both nights we came late with our dinners. The second night roaches were coming out back of tv and kichen infested bad as we looked and roach debris. It ruined our appetite, and we have asthma issues. roaches aren't good for anyone health. We complained and moved to the upper floor. We went to purchase bags to close our things from bugs getting into our things. We were told our discomfort would be taken care of. Asked us not to say anything for other guests to hear our complaints. My bill is the same. I called the cooperate office only gave us $25.00 card. This is the worst stay in all my 40 years traveling with roaches and disregarding our discomfort on a property.

We are Diamond members of Best Western and we would rate this hotel in the very top tier. Front desk was friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. Our room was great and it was quiet and very clean. We would highly recommend this hotel and we will stay there again when we're back in the Phoenix area.

This hotel advertises itself as a "PLUS" hotel which it is not. No evening meal served and no explanations for not having this option. The staff is under informed as to what is expected from the different levels of BW membership.

We were on the last leg of an almost 4000 mile trip. This hotel was beyond our expectations. The suite was absolutely gorgeous. So roomy the kitchenette actually came with items already in it one of the better nights of sleep we received only wish we weren't so tired that we missed breakfast.

I stayed multiple days in a handicap room with my parents who both have mobility issues. Nice kitchen with a Kureg! We just needed a few hand towels and coffee pods. I asked two employees one of whom wrote it down. Nobody came by to check our room. Nowhere was there any sign saying the room wouldn't be made up. No information on the area or even tv channels in the room. Clean though.

Location is great and it's quiet. Breakfast is delicious with variety each day. We stayed 4 days and will come back! The staff were friendly and helpful! In particular, Sydney with breakfast, Jennifer at the night desk and the daytime manager and sink repairman were awesome!

We wish we could have stayed to enjoy this hotel longer but we were only passing through. We want to make it a point to visit Chandler, so that we can stay a few nights and properly, enjoy this hotel. We have no complaints whatsoever!

This hotel has great service and great rooms. The breakfast was outstanding, especially if you have a lot of kids. The room's were very spacious and very clean. The bathrooms were well kept and the furniture was nice.

Hotel was very clean and staff were fantastic. The front desk person found me a room that was easy for me since I am slightly handicapped. Breakfast was great and woman there also helpful. Next to freeway which was handy.

I have stayed at this Crown Plaza a few times and I am always wowed by the service and how beautiful the hotel is. The best breakfast food and you can not beat the location. The pool has been renovated and is top notch. You can not go wrong staying here.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this accommodation. The room was spacious for my family with 4 young kids and the breakfast was a great plus. The laundry facility on site was free and fast so I got all my laundry done on our trip. We will be back!

We were going to a concert at the Wild Horse Pass, less than a mile away. The rooms at this hotel were a third of the price. Thus, our expectations were low, but we were pleasantly surprised. Accommodations, space, and service exceeded our expectations!

I stayed four days for a business trip. The facility is clean and modern with all the amenities I expect at a best Western Plus. My room was large, clean, nice, and very quiet. Breakfast each morning was fresh and plentiful. Easy access (walking or driving) to a Love's Truck Stop with an Arby's for snacks or fast food - lots of alternatives in the area.

Nice hotel near freeway and casino. Easy access to Tucson south. Not many food options in the neighborhood, but not far away. Nice parks for qwalking within 10 minutes drive. Will stay here again. Very nice staff

My stay was good all around and the staff made it easy to stay here they were accommodating the gym was on point the pool was being cleaned was the only downside but I definitely would stay again if I get the chance

The front desk gentleman was outstanding! He was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable! The location was great for either business or pleasure! The entire hotel was in impeccable shape. The breakfast staff was great as well!

As A business traveler I look for things like comfortable beds and pillows that are clean and staff is knowledgeable and courteous. This property meets all that and goes beyond. Breakfast has choices something for everyone. I would recommend to stay and will be back.

It nearly seems like this hotel isn't close to anything, and if you were to take some landscape shots it might seem that way. This changes as soon as you hop of the freeway though. The I-10 to the 60, 202 to the 101; you name the destination and you're there as soon as you know it. The staff was also super friendly and the room was comfortable. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Best Western pink/black mold I the shower, multiple large stains on carpet, food and grease on curtains, dripping liquid in cabinet, food on the floor. The AC rattled all night and kept us awake. Room service never came even though the laminated sheet on the table said they come between 9-12. Front desk said they were too busy and we weren't staying long enough?? No hot coffee the morning we left but website or somewhere said hot coffee 24/7. Lobby bathrooms were horrible. Bathroom doors where black with large handprints all over. Preregistration email asked what time we planned to arrive and gave 2 hour window options that started at 10:00. We chose 12-2. When we arrived we were told no checkin before 3:00. We had nowhere else to go so sat in the lobby. Room has furniture that had Not been dusted in ages. The amount of dust the morning after our first night sleeping; from the A/C? was thick enough you could write in it and we were congested from breathing that in all night.

The check in clerk was friendly and the cabana area was lovely. The sofabed was uncomfortable and incompatible with sleep. There was no breakfast since the attendant had called in sick. Difficult to check out since the only clerk was trying to make coffee and answer alarms for rooms. Next to a truck stop. Pool was very outdated, indoor, overcrowded, and tiny. The room was modern with decent updates Over $300 with taxes - way too much!

We stayed here for three nights on a visit for spring training and national parks. The lobby is really lovely, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast--those workers were killing it! The room had plenty of space, but it would have been really nice to have been informed at check-in that we needed to request housekeeping. We ended up having to ask for towels and for the garbage to be taken out, and got a little attitude about it. My parents were traveling with us, and their room was dusty and missing Kleenex, though my family's room was cleaner. One really nice perk was the patio area, but at the same time, we were very frustrated, first, by the fact that this was a smoking area littered with cigarette butts; please either ban smoking in a family area or clean up more often! Additionally, one evening, a family group basically "claimed" the whole patio for a birthday party, including roping off the pergola with streamers. This is not okay--it's an area for ALL guests, and hotel staff should have put a stop to it!

Fine hotel for a quick stay, although it is located in the middle of nowhere. Only thing close by is a huge gas station, but lots to offer within 10 min drive. Personnel was very friendly and helpful with a couple of requests, making up for the odd shortcomings of a not spanking new facility.

This hotel has seen better days. It is in a good location but management and Love's have let the hotel run down seriously. No light bulbs. Missing furniture - no desk chair! Broken outlets in bathrooms in TWO suites after being moved from one to another. Requested room location was NOT honored. Front desk staff didn't even acknowledge that I was a return REWARDS members. Best Western corporate is a short drive from here but they have ignored trying to improve their brand reputation.

The staff is great. They are friendly and professional, The rooms are clean and very nice. It is very easy to park if you have a conventional vehicle. However, if you a OTR driver they do accommodate. It is first come first serve concerning OTR drivers. However, there is a McDonalds across from the hotel that has limited parking. Overall great place to rest and enjoy comfort!

We had a 2 queen bed suite which was great. However, on day 4 we had to ask for clean towels and to have our trash emptied. Breakfast was ok. One of the outside doors was not locked and homeless people were coming in and out and staying under the stairs. I didn't say anything because it was chilly out but if anyone had cleaned or vacuumed the dirty stairs they would have noticed.

Cop inside for a problem when I arrived. 3 cop cars outside for a problem Saturday night. Fridge leg missing, Dresser drawer seized shut, remote batteries dead, hand towel was damp, hand soap was used. No shampoo or body soap. No Maid Service for multiple night stay. Water ring in toilet. Staff was friendly but hardly ever at the desk. OK for a man trip, but would never take a woman or a family there.

This was a poor quality Best Western Plus ... it is next to the interstate and a truck stop. Appeared to be a nice low-end hotel - staff was short (is everywhere), pool was not appealing. Breakfast ok. Room was annoying - poor lighting and the bathroom door had to be wrestled with when using the toilet. The walk in shower was nice but you had to reach in and get wet with cold water to turn on the shower head.

Room was clean, location was great. Stayed close to the boat races. Wish the laundry would have worked but that was the only issue. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was nice. The staff was really great!

Walked into the lobby and my mouth dropped. Large nicely decorated lobby. Off to the side behind a decorative screen is a seating are for nice conversations/visits. Large area on the other side of the lobby for breakfast . More seating areas to relax in. I was immediately greeted by the front desk at check-in, no waiting for a person to show up. Rooms are very spacious with a work area and a casual seating area to watch TV. Bathroom has nice white thick towels. Good lighting in the sink area to shave or apply make-up. Definitely will stay here again. I cannot find anything negative to say.

Another amazing stay at Best Western. From the moment you walk in you are comfortable. The front desk staff did not disappoint at this location. So friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and had all needed amenities for our 3 night stay. Breakfast was plentiful with so many selections.

upon check in between front and lobby door coffee on the floor dried up we left after check in returned still there left again still there with employees coming and going someone would wipe it up checked out and yep mr coffee spill still there. you get 1 chance to make a good impression the coffee was like a stain on a shirt that wont go away. Such a shame this property is beautiful on the inside and inside the public area's and the rooms are great the bed was like sleeping on a cloud but from the outside you could easily drive by because unappealing look of the property trash can full or overflowing trash all over take some pride and so should guests

My sister in law stayed here and had a wonderful time. My only grip is that I had a heck of a time trying to deal with pricing. I had to call about 6 different times because the front desk clerks don't have access to changing rates easily?

Great everything service,stay the room was very clean ,cosy , would love to stay there again oh and also had awesome free wifi and great room service we got a disability room cuz the shower was very big and lots of room in are room too.

Decent place to stay for business elevator was filthy room was good except for the sink clogged shower with dirty short staffed tried to get towels product but staff said they were the only one there so I had to go get my own towels toiletries scarce

Our room cleanliness was poor. Three visible stains on the carpet. dirt build up by the shower, large area of the bathroom vanity stained, numerous areas of dirt & chipped paint on walls. We were too tired to request another room. The major issue was bugs in the room. We killed one crawling bug at night. We killed another crawling bug in the morning & it was filled with BLOOD. As we are in our late 60's, the thought that we could have been bitten during the night was very concerning.

My stay with my wife was great friendly service no problem checking in and very comfortable bed very clean room and we really enjoyed our stay here would recommend it to anyone breakfast was great and the staff there was very helpful and so nice

This was the perfect hotel for our visit to the Phoenix area. We had to relocate our family camper from Henderson, Nevada to Chandler, Arizona, and this hotel is less than 1/2 a mile from several good covered storage facilities. It is located next to a Love's Truck Stop, the company owns this BW. It was very convenient to be able to fuel up and get supplies. It was not as noisy as some reviewers had stated, but we stayed on the 2nd floor which had trees blocking much of the noise from the truck yard. We enjoyed having a suite with a kitchen and a living room, as we did not want to eat at restaurants due to the Delta Variant COVID-19. The issue I had with the kitchen was that it had a stove, refrigerator, sink, and a lot of cabinet space, it lacked an adequate level of implements to prepare and serve meals. 1 small skillet, 8 quart sauce pan, and very few utensils. There wasn't even enough dishes to take care of a family of 4, and the room was rated for 6 max. Good thing we had our camper, and borrowed tools from it. Our biggest problem was getting our room made up, it was 3 days before we got a partial going over. We had to even threw out our own garbage. It was the 5th and 6th days when a respectable job was done. Last problem we encounter was finding that the door to our room wouldn't latch. We only discovered it on day 2 of our stay. We promptly reported to the front desk at 7:30 am, but this was Sunday. BUT should it matter? It took another 2 days of me going down first thing in the morning to check on the status of the repair before someone came up to look, and it was fixed on the 4th day, 2 days before we were to leave. Walking around the facility I noticed a number of the landscape lights have been broken off leaving exposed electrical wires. There was a derelict vehicle in the parking lot that looked as it was there for several months. It was removed the day before we left. The women's restroom in the lobby was out of service the entire time of our stay, and the back service entrance was never secured. These were things were brought to the front desk's attention. I don't know if they will be acted upon, but it is strange, the Love's Truck Stops I have seen are all well maintained, and clean facilities, what is going with this place?

On my way out this morning I stopped to use the women's bathroom in the lobby , it was disgusting . No toilet paper (box of tissues), no soap , no paper towels , the sanitary box opened and disgustingly in the floor. My husband laughed at me when I brought all my sanitizing cleaning supplies and wipes down our room last night - he's not laughing now .

This hotel is right off the highway. Great location. Room was clean and comfortable. The shower was really nice. This was the best hotel we stayed at on a week's vacation, and not the most expensive. They seem to have a deal with travel workers and there were many men coming in at the same time as us. They did have breakfast with Covid precautions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel. We did have an incident where the power went out at about 5 or 6 in the morning, so we had to carry our bags downstairs instead of using the elevator. This was not the hotels fault. There was also a barking dog that barked at least 45 minutes straight and still barking when we left. We let the desk know in case the owner needed help because they were not telling the dog to be quiet.

This was the 3rd time staying here and it has gone down hill a bit over the years. Good - location right off the I-10 freeway, nice size room, grab bars in shower, small gym, good breakfast, comfy beds. Bad - refrig not clean, bathroom floor not swept in corners, gym floor was very dirty.

The place was quiet, and the rooms are really nice. I honestly liked the showers that they have a lot there. Their showers are way better than any other hotel I stayed in. The breakfast that they serve is actually very good too. They have a wide variety of food to choose from for breakfast. The location is in a decent area, you just need to be careful at night. The area seems to have a somewhat of an issue with crime at night judging off of the signs the stores have on their windows near the area but the hotel is still very safe and secure. I recommend staying at this hotel. Its a great place to stay if youre planning on playing at the Casino right down the street!

A bit out of town but freeway, casino (restaurant), and outlet close. Very clean and quiet inside and out. Workout room was clean and had the standard essentials. This location was exactly what i needed for my business trip.

This hotel was awesome! I felt completely at home by the staff. Check in and check our was super easy. Making a reservation was like making a phone call to a friend. I even upgraded my room and the staff easily accommodated me. It was a beautiful hotel with a pool, and an awesome Covid safe breakfast. Those ladies worked hard! Location was great. The affordability of this hotel was unbelievable. My only suggestion would be extra blankets or heavier comforters.

Upon arrival into our room on 4/13, we noticed that the carpet had not been vacuumed for at least two days. Crumbs, pieces of trash, paper scraps and whatever were all over the floor. The shower base was loaded with several strands of black hair (disgusting) and the A/C unit was noisy and had a bad vibration. On the morning of 4/14, we stopped by the desk and requested that our room be vacuumed while we were out for the day and he said "absolutely". When we returned in the evening, the floor had not been touched! I called the front desk, and she said there was no cleaning staff on duty! This is absurd... Then she said a maid had just come in to do laundry and she would send her up. One hour later, the maid came up and vacuumed the carpet. The staff needs to be taught how to vacuum and then need to be supervised in their jobs.

I had stayed here with my fiance and my 2 yr old. We enjoyed the spacious room and the shower. Breakfast sandwiches were good and service was attentive and kind. I loved our stay . I would love to come back and stay again.

Stayed here as a family (of 5) for our sons track meet. Pros: 1. It was one of the very few hotels that still had availability for our family size when his meet was moved from Goodyear to Chandler. 2. It was easy to book and pay ofcourse. 3. Parking was easy. Cons room 419 (some hotels negligence and some not): 1. Guest services rarely had someone at the desk regularly. Another guest told us once they were waiting for 15 minutes for someone. 2. Gross dirty and dated rooms. Takis chips crumbled up in couch pull out mattress my son had to sleep in. Wrapped twinky behind the lamp near the pull out. Old toy under pull out.Bathroom floor corners nasty. 3. Dresser drawers in walkway don't stay closed so be prepared for banging up your knees or young kids hurting themselves. 4. Loud street noises 5. Very loud and poor air conditioning and quality. Happy I brought my asthma inhaler. 6. Hallway lights very bright at night and comes though room door. 7. People and baby across from us loud and friends knocking on door all night and morning (in other words the sound proof sucks). 8. Restaurants nearby close earlier then we are used to when traveling. 9. Had to get towels previously requested and do not disturb tag from front desk. We have to come back next month for another meet and already looking elsewhere. So dissapointed especially since we travel with so many others being sports parents and people look to us for travel recommendations.

Quite frankly, my expectations were not met. I was first overcharged without explanation. The shower had soap scum and the walls had something that didn't look like paint drip-dried on the walls. The sheets were dingy. Many of the utensils for the kitchen were missing. TV, no remote control. Directly outside and above my rooms window was a flickering and obviously broken light. It made the loudest continuous off-on buzzing noise the entire afternoon and evening blaring through the wall; no sleeping. Three staff members said, "Sorry, I don't know what to do about it. Wait for the supervisor." I recorded video of it with my phone. Thanks to the newly hired Janitor who cut the power to it!!! Housekeeping NEVER serviced my room. I never received clean linens or towels, even when the housekeeping person and cart appeared to be heading to my room next. They never came. The Best Western Phone Representative told me I would receive two-points for every dollar spent, that never happened. Overall, I can't recommend this particular place.

Arrived at 4pm after driving 7 hours only to wait 3 hours for a room that we prebooked to be ready. No toliet paper in the lobby bathroom. The kids were starving and we were very tired. Got to room 426 and only 2 electrical outlets work. We did not try to bother switching rooms. Had to ask for coffee cups and to have the coffee refilled during breakfast.

Though I had reservations about staying at this facility they were immediately erased upon checking in. The grounds were clean and well maintained, to include the lobby area. Check in was quick and efficient. The amazing part is that the rooms were BEYOND my expectations. The room spacious and had all the amenities of home which made it very inviting for my wife and kid. My comment upon departing was...Best Western Plus facilities will be my choice of stay in the future.

It looked like a beautiful property, and is in a great location, however, the room we booked 4 months in advance directly thru Best Western was given away to someone else!! Granted we had to arrive a day later than originally planned but I had called the front desk earlier that week to let them know we still needed the room Friday-Monday and then worrying that wasn't enough, called back the next day, asked to speak with the manager, was sent to his voicemail, and did leave him a message. Anyway, what an unpleasant experience to arrive at 7 pm after two long days of driving to find out they don't have a room for you. I understand mistakes happen but my friend who booked a room at this same hotel thru a third party site got a cancellation notice for no reason whatsoever just a couple of weeks before her trip-it makes me think the hotel is being mismanaged.

We normally like staying at Best Westerns. However, this one may go down in history as our worst experience ever at a hotel, thus I felt the need to warn others, or at least give some suggested improvements to a manager who may read this. I'm surprised there are any good reviews on here, but maybe things have gone downhill just recently. Even though they had signs posted everywhere about how they are following so-called "enhanced" cleaning procedures, maybe they forgot to do the "basic" cleaning procedures or maybe they are short staffed right now. First off, the hallways and stairs areas looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a week. Our first room was one of their suite versions with a sitting room and kitchen, and it was like shortcuts were taken all the way around with the cleaning. The couch which we needed to use for a sofa bed had crumbs all over the sheet. Long dark hairs were in the shower and around the floor in front of the shower. And unidentifiable brown mud (hopefully?) clod was on the bathroom floor. This may seem silly, but most of the time housekeeping punches down the trash bag so things don't just bounce off when you throw them in, not so here all of the trash cans had the bags just stretched across the top. The floors felt dusty and dirty. The a/c quit working just before bedtime so we had to move to a new room. In the first new room they gave us, the a/c had a high pitched whine so we requested a different one. The a/c in this one sounded like a freight train when it turned on but by that point we were tired and already moved so we lived with it. We wondered where the alarm clock was on the bedside table, and upon finding it on the floor, we moved the lamp on the table and it was stuck to the table with some sticky substance (maybe soda?) yuck! The shower door was crooked and did not shut. We requested new towels and trash service in the morning, and they forgot and we had to call later that evening when we got back and realized nothing was done. We also had the unpleasant realization that the door latch was broken and our room had been open all day! Breakfast was not great and reduced due to covid, and all of the tables were dirty every single time we visited. You would think there would be periodic cleaning, but no. Best Western, you need to fix this hotel. It is not up to your usual good standards.

The shower was not cleaned prior to check-in. It was disturbingly dirty. There was also a significant water lek in the shower head which was spraying the ceiling and causing the drywall to split about 18 inches away from a light fixture. When I notified the staff at the front desk they told me no housekeeping was available to clean the room. Only after I pressed the issue did they offer to move me to a new room. After moving all of my stuff from one room to another, I noticed that the shower in that room was being repaired due to ceiling damage from the shower. There were buckets of repair tools and a ladder in the shower. When I notified the front desk staff, they told me my only option was to move back to the original room. When asked if they could extend a credit, I was told flatly no. I will begin inspecting my room well when staying at Best Western and demanding remediation for deficiencies before accepting the room. REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Had to find a safe place to stay while tradition into apartment after caring for my Mom with brain cancer. BW was excellent! I felt safe and very much welcome. I would highly recommend this BW for anyone coming to Az.

Would not stay again, we had several issues. First, it is right next to a Love's truck stop and several truckers apparently stayed because they're trucks were taking up 15 spots each, so right away we had to park pretty far away from the doors. Second, I grabbed a cup of hot tea in the lobby but the water from the dispenser was cold, and they had no decaf teas at all. So when we got to the room I attempted to heat it up, but the turning mechanism in the microwave didn't work and my paper cup nearly started on fire. Strike 2. Got all the kids settled and decided to take a shower..... ZERO pressure. Strike 3. It would come back and then drop to literal drips.... I also wanted more towels (booked the room for 6, and they gave us 3 towels), so my husband just went down to the desk. They said they would send up extra towels. He also talked to maintenance who said the pressure issue had been happening all day and it couldn't be helped because according to him, “the hotel is on an Indian reservation and it can't be fixed.” Strike 4. So we did the best we could with fluctuating water pressure. The extra towels never arrived. :-l Strike 5. Fast forward to the next day, I plug in my curling iron in one outlet, nothing.... switch to the other side of the vanity, nothing. Strike 6. Thankfully there was a plug outside the bathroom on the connecting wall so I could still get SOME mirror while trying to get ready. While leaving the hotel to go about our day, we saw they had take and go stuff out for breakfast. I tried to grab an instant oatmeal..... cold water from the dispenser. Ugh. Unbelievable. Strike 7. Got back that night and the kids were excited to get to the pool. Got all their trunks and goggles and floaties..... pool closed for maintenance. I SWEAR before I booked I read that it had been closed for maintenance recently by another reviewer. I recall thinking “oh good, we won't run into it being closed then.” The indoor pool was THE main reason we chose this place over a few others. STRIKE 8!!! I can't believe we PAID for this! Don't stay, it's just not worth all the hassle and lack of staff effort. I will say, however, the room was exceptionally clean. I'm in the habit of wiping everything with disinfecting wipes before we settle in, and you can always tell when cleaning isn't great, but the rooms were very clean. Nearly no traces of dirt and dust. The only negative was a bit of long dark hair in the shower drain that hadn't been cleared (I'm blonde).

Managers made up for our stay. I am a Diamond member. We came in late (0130) and accessible room was not cleaned, correctly. We pushed through. Only one night. Breakfast was the new Covid menu, miss those eggs and waffles. Gym and pool closed due to Covid restrictions. Our friends are in Maricopa, so staying again will not be on the plate. We will try closer to friends.

Nice staff, check in was easy. Didn't do the pre thing on the internet or app. Just walked in asked for a room, in 5 min had our key. Was nice relaxing stay. Check out was a breeze as well. Wish there was better views but it is located off the highway near the casino which is why it was so convenient for us. It's next to somekind of mill or cement plant. Besides that was a great stay.

We stayed during the corona virus time and I felt it was so so clean and super staff. Our room had everything we could have needed. In fact we almost stayed an extra night just because the room was so nice. We will definitely stay there again.

This is our third year of being snowbirds in Chandler AZ. We have had long term stays at the BW Plus Chandler. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast items have a variety of items from hot to cold, the front desk is friendly and very helpful! We highly recommend a stay here. The rooms are spacious with full kitchens in some. Our friends came to visit us who were staying in a RV park and they said we had more room than they did! You cannot go wrong with a stay at the Best Western Plus Chandler AZ.

This hotel was more like a regular BW than a BW Plus, meaning no frills. It was a decent hotel, room in need of some updating and improved lighting, but in general was fairly clean and comfortable. Could stand a deep cleaning. A faint smell coming from the toilet itself.

It was a good hotel. The breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. The person running the breakfast kept the area clean and well stocked. Great location in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. Easy access off the highway. Everything was clean, including the room. They seem updated. Shower pressure wasn't too bad even being on the fourth floor. We do have a musty smell come from bathroom sink drain after running the water but other than that very well maintained. We didn't utilize the pool but sitting area outside was pretty. And the computer area looked cozy. The couch in our room was comfy to sit and read on. The only down falls were the elevators when you push one button it doesn't trigger both elevators. It took us a day or so to realize that. So people were always waiting for just one elevator. And when we asked the front desk for a good place to eat upon our arrival he gave us one restaurant suggestion. Which may have been his favorite but should give a little bit more suggestions for newbies to the area. We found ourselves great places by using TripAdvisor. We were on the side of the truck stop. And even though they were always busy the noise wasn't too bad. Overall great stay

Good location for us. Bed was comfortable. Outlet in bathroom was not working and they fixed it right away. Good breakfast, normal hotel foods. Staff was always friendly. Fit our needs. Sat outside on the patio and furniture was comfortable.

Overall the hotel was in nice condition. However, in my room the HVAC unit was VERY noisy. It woke me up in the middle of the night sounding like a freight train heading towards me. I reported the problem to the front desk in the morning. There was some work done on it and it was improved but still very loud. I resorted to using my ear plugs for sleep. The other two rooms my group had did not have the same problem. The location was convenient.

The room was mediocre the breakfast was the same had a cool yogurt machine but it was broke. On night 2 there were 2 buses of girls sport team staying at least 70 kids and they took over every inch of space from the work out room to every sitting area. They ran up and down the halls until well after midnight banging on doors and screaming not appreciated with a 5am flight the next day.

This best western is a great property. i stay at hotels a great deal throughout the year for business and also to visit family and friends. this is on of the best hotels around and they are also a great value for the price. The only complaint was that there is no hot tub. Other than that great property !

The premises themselves are excellent and the rooms spacious. However, the Truck stop right at the back of the Hotel made our stay noisey, as did the the car racetrack across the highway (although a plus if you are keen on racing I guess)...the main negative here being that the racing started at 6am at weekends. Lesson : google site influences. The above I could put up with, but the staff were just appalling! We stayed for 6 nights and our room wasn't cleaned twice...when we asked about it we got no apology whatsoever. The room wasn't cleaned very well, with dirt left on the wall and we had to ask for toilet paper....all basic stuff! Staff rarely smiled and clearly hated their work and each other. This was highlighted on our last breakfast when the supplies were running out, there was no one in the kitchen area, so I had to go to Reception and shout as no one there either. All I got was “I've told Pam” she stormed off and said nothing to me. People were confused :no food or cutlery and all tables dirty and still well within the breakfast timeline! In the end a girl grudgingly turned up, said nothing and stormed around and with the help of a guest who brought provisions from the kitchen for other guests herself things got sorted- just crazy. Meanwhile a gruesome murder program was on the TV for the children ?!? In essence the staff were the big drawback here...what a shame considering the investment in the actual property must have been significant!

This hotel was very clean and right up my price range. The area was in perfect and the front desk was nice and helpful. I will certainly tell all my family and friends to stay here when they visit Phoenix Arizona.

Hotel is old enough that things are failing. Aiming high but not getting there. Breakfast is ok, but things missing. Light bulbs missing, tp holder broken. Really nice people, but unable to fix problems. Location is safe - in an industrial location, no transients. Not particularly convenient with out auto.

Well lets start with the staff not knowing how to put people with LOTS of kids on the 1st floor. Common sence right!! well we had 3 kids running back and forth and jumping on their beds all night until after 10pm. Then we got a nice wake up call at 130AM by the drunk POS next door and got to listen to them puke for 20 mins. The doors have huge gaps to the hallwalls so you hear everything and everyone. Now onto the breakfast, out of coffee creamer, out of coffee, out of bacon, out of milk, oh and the hallway ourside our bedroom was freezing the AC was on and it was 50 degrees. The pool oh hell no was not getting in that nasty ass thing it was green and smelled like piss. So to say the least we will NEVER EVER EVER EVER stay at that craphole again!!!

Very nice hotel. Interior room entry doors. Room was impeccable, beds were comfortable and staff was helpful and friendly. Located right off the I-10. close to everything and quick drive to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

Everyone was friendly, nice and accomodating. It's close to the freeway to allow access to just about anywhere. We stayed 8 nights and the breakfast variety was very good. My boys had a great time splashing and swimming in the indoor pool. I would highly reccomend this location. Everything is very clean and new.

I visited this best Western on a few occasions and although the employees are not the best I do like the location. However this last time was horrible. When I checked in I asked the host for a late check out because we were going to be up late visiting my father in the hospital. She said I had to call in the morning and ask. So I did. And the manager said 12pm. However, The housekeeper walked into my room at 11am while I was undressed. When I spoke to the "manager" I was simply told that the hotel is independent and can do what they want. No apologies, no explanation. .. it is ridiculous that hotels feel that it is ok to treat customers in this manner. . DISRESPECTFUL! !!!!

I love this Best Western! Conveniently located and super clean. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful, the decor is nice and the rooms are large, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast has a nice variety.

GREAT place to stay - friendly staff. Super nice facility. Five stars all the way! Found this hotel by mistake - liked the location based on our travels and I am really glad we found it. I will be staying at this hotel every time we come back to the Phoenix area.

Noisy elevator, reported upon arrival, response was a shrug. Shower had mold, sink very slow drain, need an additional wastebasket. Breakfast was ok. Quality of eggs ok, I think they were frozen first.

Family of 5 needed a last minute place to stay when a home renovation went wrong. The 2 queen suite with sleeper sofa was perfect. Our unexpected mid-week staycation was very comfortable and affordable.

The room was well priced but they failed to clean it every night we stayed. We told them about it and the response was to give us clean towels and 4 bottles water. That is my complaint about the stay.

We were in town for a wedding. The room was cool, clean and comfortable. The walk in shower was very welcome to both of us. The bed was very nice. The full breakfast, two days, couldn't have been better.

this hotel is a great value. it was very clean. staff were friendly and helpful. the location was super convenient just off Interstate 10. the fitness room was small but had good clean equipment. not sure what else i can say about this place since i just stayed two nights. i had the sense most people just stayed one night on there way across the state. a nice surprise

Great rooms for great price. Suites had all amenities needed. Was surprised at the accommodations and space. Definitely more than what was expected. Had two rooms and each room slept six, was nice to have the space.

My stay was very relaxing and made it easy to sleep away from home. The staff was very friendly and made sure you felt like you were at your own home staying. The inside of the hotel is like a palace everything was well decorated and very clean.

The hotel had a nicely layed out atmosphere. The rooms were very nice, the bathroom was spacious and clean. A nice variety of breakfast was available to guests daily. Fitness center was clean and perfect for a workout or morning jog. The pool was a bit small, with no spa, but made up for it with clean open atmosphere. Also a very nice patio outside the pool was exceptional. Maid service was good as well. The first night we stayed was delightful, so we extended our stay another night. The manager who checked us in was efficient and friendly, and gave us a discount for AAA, which lowered the price, and we were very satisfied. The only issue that occurred was the second night, when a different person (who needs some cutomer service training) was assisting with the check out. They had raised the price considerably, and when we asked why, she informed us that we didn't give the card number for AAA again. We told her that shouldn't matter, and the price should be reduced, but she simply stated, "Sorry! Can't help you." And quite frankly didn't have another care about it. I would give a 3 star rating, but for the sake of everything else, a 4 will suffice.

We stayed here on May 6, 2019 and had a good stay. The front desk check in staff was friendly and helpful with dining suggestions. The hotel is easy to get to from the highway. The property and lobby were clean and had a new look. There is plenty of parking. Our room (317) was clean, quiet, and nicely appointed. There is an excellent outdoor patio (which is a popular smoking area). Breakfast was fine, typical of a BW Plus. We used the internet to check our emails, weather forecasts and web surfing and found it very slow. I'd suggest management improve the internet speed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

I am an over the road truck driver and stopped to visit grandchildren. This place is always clean and friendly. Food is great in the morning, real eggs! Rooms are very nice and everything works well in them. Recommend to anyone anytime.

Never had any issues and have stayed here multiple times. I use the fitness center which is pretty good for the small size. No hot tub or I would have used that too. The pool is good but I dont use them much without hot tubs.

This is my second stay at this property. It is clean, fresh and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, some include a full kitchen and are very comfortable. It is very convenient from the highway, right next to a Love's for fuel and across the highway from Wildhorse Pass. The breakfast selections are well made and the food tastes great!

Room was clean, neat, uncluttered, shower was good, and although we did not eat the provided breakfast, we did check out the food and found it to have a good selection, well stocked and maintained. we would stay again.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus in Chandler for three nights at the beginning of our holiday in Arizona. Location wise, the hotel is not in the midst of things but, being just hundreds of yards away from the Freeway, it is easy to get anywhere in Chandler and the city of Phoenix. Despite its proximity to the highway, we didn't hear any road noise during our stay. Check in was easy, in fact we arrived a bit early and they were happy to accommodate us. We had a room on the ground floor, big and spacious with high ceilings and decorated in all the earthy tones of the desert. A huge bed, very comfortable, plenty of room for all our luggage, including a rack for one suitcase, masses of drawer space and a wardrobe with iron and ironing board inside. A large and comfortable armchair was welcome after a day out and a table and office chair completed the room. There was a coffee machine inside the room, but you could also go and help yourself to coffee, tea and hot chocolate from dispensers in the lobby, 24 hours a day. A good sized fridge and a microwave - the hotel does advertise that rooms are available with full kitchens. TV, hairdryer, plenty of sockets for charging tech. Free wifi is provided but, for the duration of our stay, we were unable to connect via our laptops. We went and enquired at Reception and they tried to help but nothing seemed to work. We both have MacBooks and wonder whether that was the problem as our smartphones were fine. There was a small area off the lobby selling basic items - toiletries, medicines, snacks and a small range of foods. Each floor has an ice machine and there are ice buckets in the room. There were also a couple of computers in the lobby for use by guests. These were connected to a printer and there didn't seem to be any restriction on printing - useful for venue details, boarding passes etc. A small gym is available, well maintained, free towels, water on tap and sanitising wipes for cleaning equipment before use. An indoor swimming pool - we didn't use it, so can't really comment. Our room had a double shower, very efficient. Plenty of towels, reasonable size. Basic toiletries provided and replaced as needed. Breakfast was surprisingly good for what is quite a modestly priced hotel. Everything is self-serve - oatmeal with toppings, yogurt on tap with fruity sauce and granola. Fruit juice, coffee. A generous selection of cakes, pastries, bagels, muffins etc. Hot items were available each morning and varied between sausage, bacon, scrambled egg, tater tots. My favourite was the cook your own waffle machine. Having never seen one before, I did enjoy cooking one and adding toppings. Our one gripe was that all the plates and cutlery for breakfast was plastic and was just thrown away. We were not comfortable with the carbon footprint of such waste. It seems odd that the hotel had the usual message in the bedrooms about helping the environment by not asking for fresh towels every day and yet, just feet down the corridor, pounds of potentially non recyclable plastic is being wasted every day; definitely a contradiction and nothing to be proud of - rather a shame for what was otherwise a very pleasant stay. A good solid middle of the road hotel.

This hotel was conveniently located, fresh and clean. Everyone there was wonderful, friendly and welcoming. Quiet accomodations and the best place to stay when visiting the area. Grounds were clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phoenix.

I was able to rest! Best of all go to different places without the struggle of traffic and finding my way out to the freeway! The staff were amazing and if you are looking for a place with great breakfast, this is it.

We took 5 grandkids to this Best Western because they have suites and an indoor swimming pool. The kids loved the pool and Nana and Papa loved the space of the three room suite. Also the convenience of breakfast at the hotel was priceless.

I was nervous about most hotels when I was looking for this trip. not many had good reviews. this place had good reviews so I took the chance. Nice hotel. it was clean and seemed updated. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed this hotel very much. would for sure stay again the next time we are in Phoenix.

It's a good place to stay for the value and hospitality. A free breakfast isn't bad either! We went for spring training baseball and all of the fields are close enough to this hotel. I will definitely keep this hotel in mind for my next visit.

I was extremely impressed as soon as I walked in to the lobby of the hotel. Everything looked clean and brand now. I asked if the hotel was new and the guy told me it was approximately 3 years old. My room was extremely clean and I was impressed with the gym facilities. I will be using this hotel as my main stay when I come to the Phoenix area.

What a pleasant stay. Room was clean and ready. Check in and out was efficient. A Loves station was a short walk thriugh the parking lot. The breakfast was tasty and varied. Super place at a good price.

I was hoping for a good experience with a Best Western Plus. Unfortunately our hotel room looked straight into the truck stop parking. The hall ways were not vacuumed. One of our towels looked dirty and housekeeping decided to keep two of our phone chargers in stead of turning them in. On another note the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

I needed to find a room last minute after an exhausting drive and I checked a few phone apps to see what was near me. The Best Western Plus Chandler hotel was the best rate, and was in a great location right off the freeway. Also there is a large truck gas/diesel station near by as well. The hotel is clean, quiet, and well maintained. I did not hear freeway noise to disrupt sleep at night, which is always a plus. The front desk was attentive and prompt when I called down due to some other guests making hallway noise, which I really appreciated

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Chandler Hotel & Suites for a winter get away. We were so pleased with our stay. Their suites with a full kitchen is so nice when you stay for a length of time. A person is able to prepare a full meal if you want. We also love the walk-in showers. The view of the mountains to the west is so beautiful in the evening. We definitely would stay here again.

Positives: This is a very nice hotel--everything clean and updated. Usual hot items on the breakfast bar and plenty of seats. Located 1 block off I-10 across from Wild Horse Pass Resort & Casino and Phoenix Premium Outlets. Very fast check-in & check-out. Areas for Improvement: my biggest complaint was the height of the shower heads. The height is set to accommodate men who are 6'8" tall. I am a 5'4" woman and I have long arms but was only able to barely reach the shower head by standing on my tiptoes (not very safe in a wet shower). Could they add a handheld sprayer?? The other requested improvement has to do with housekeeping not replenishing items each day--a notepad, kleenex & a moist pad to remove makeup. Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel & would stay here again.

This place is perfect. Rooms very clean and large, bathrooms spotless, shower great, beds are very comfortable, have DirecTV, halls are clean, elevators are clean, lobby is very nice, breakfast was very good with lots of choices and hot breakfast as well. People at front desk were very nice and helpful. I will stay here again without any doubt.

I was expecting a standard room for the price and was extremely surprised. There was a full kitchen and small living area. The beds, pillows, and sheets were very comfortable. Everything was super clean and the staff was helpful. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This was a last minute trip. Staff was wonderful in getting me booked and taking care of these last minute needs. Our room was clean and provided plenty of space for us. Full breakfast that was delicious.

Close to the highway, easy to get to, decent breakfast and fast internet. Across the highway from the outlet mall and the casino. Clean rooms. Can't really go wrong. Also has electric car charging stations which some would find useful! Zero reasons not to stay here!

We stayed here for location, but it is very near the freeway and can be loud. The AC was also a little loud, but the bed was firm, the shower was great. The place was clean and best of all the employees were awesome. Front desk girl was so sweet and helpful. We did not have the breakfast but lots of folks were enjoying it. Hubby said the coffee was good.

This would have been 5 Star with the exception of some initial housekeeping issues a day into our stay (2 of 3 rooms). This is the nicest Best Western I have stayed in. It is new and everything is well appointed (never used that word before in a review!) The beds were comfortable and the AC units and controls excellent. Good location to casino and race track, right off interstate. I have to say that I went directly to the manager via email to report issues and received a reply within a couple hours. No problems at all the next 3 nights. Well stocked “pantry” at front desk reasonable priced.

Hotel was very clean and would stay again. Spent 4 days here and did not disappoint. Close to wild horse pass park and casino. Exiting the hotel is best through the loves truck stop. Only problem is the exit has a no turn left sign towards I10 and plenty of patrol cars keep watch.

This location has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel was very clean and very nice. The room was the cleanest I've experienced in a long time. This hotel could show the others a thing or two about what a hotel should look like and how a guest should be treated. The management should be very proud of the staff. Excellent

We had a six-night stay at this hotel and it was a very disappointing experience. Out of the six nights, our room only received housekeeping for two days (they were supposed to do it five times during our stay)! The hotel staff were friendly and the free breakfast was nice, but come on, housekeeping is a minimum requirement for hotel stays. The first time it happened (the day after our first night there), we communicated with the Front Desk and they promised to send someone up, so we left the hotel again. We returned after dinner and nobody came. We have a diaper dependent young child, so this was a pain given there were only two small trash cans in the room. Every day after that, we would communicate with the Front Desk when we were leaving (by 9 am every day) and when we expect to return (1 pm) so our toddler can nap. We specifically asked housekeeping be completed in the 4-hour window. Everyday we were reassured this would not be a problem and would be completed. Still, OUT OF FIVE DAYS (six-night) housekeeping only showed up on TWO DAYS! On the days they didn't show, we had to call at night after we return from dinner and ask for towels and the trash be taken out. Upon checkout, I politely expressed our disappointment to the lady at the Front Desk. She apologized and said she will have the Manager call us on Monday. (He never did.) She said there had been a big party the night we first checked in, and the staff was overwhelmed. Okay, but that didn't explain the other two days (Thursday and Friday) that housekeeping didn't show up. The days after the big party, the parking lot was pretty scant so it wasn't like the hotel was packed all week. If the housekeeping staff was seriously overwhelmed, then communicate with us and at least take out the trash and replace some towels! I don't really care if the bed is made daily if the essentials are done. Nope. Just empty promises. This was my first time staying at a Best Western hotel and it was not a good first impression.

The hotel overall is very nice and pretty elegant for the price range, however the pool/patio area could be drastically improved. It's AZ, outdoor pools can be enjoyed year-round but this hotel has a tiny uninviting pool tucked away into a less than appealing room next to an awkward bbq patio.

Trip Advisor software can't currently find this hotel for .. whatever reason. It is still an amazing hotel. Top to bottom, left to right, this is the cleanest and most perfect hotel room I have ever stayed in.

Passing through Phoenix and got a room for family of six. Location was great, beds were comfortable, until daughter woke up to shower and felt something crawling on her arm. She thought something had fallen on her she swatted it and blood spurted out. We checked the bed and found what's in the pictures. Unfortunately, there was more than one!

Excellent stay. Very satisfactory room and excellent breakfast. Easy access. Local casino right next to the hotel. Weather was very hot but hotel room cool and with very quiet A/C unit. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel in the Phoenix area.

My grandson and I drove to Dallas Texas for a bowling tournament. We stayed here on our way back. The rooms were very big and clean. He liked using the fitness center and pool. It is a beautiful place to stay.

My husband and I stayed one night in BW Chandler, AZ, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel overall is super clean, the rooms are clean and fresh, the breakfast was great. The staff are friendly, courteous and professional. The manager, Mr. Jackson, went above and beyond our expectations to make it a great accommodation for us. At checkout, Emerald was very professional. Overall, we had a great experience and we highly recommend staying in this hotel.

All above average. Enjoying experience from beginning to end. I will use Best Western for all my travels this year and the next. I only wish you had a hotel on Maui because I am going there next year for my 50th wedding anniversary.

New, bright, good service, nice clean bright rooms. Very good A/C - temperatures were in the 100s! Complimentary hot breakfast was better than most hotels in this class. Good access to the I10 and 202.

I enjoyed my stay while attending a conference at the nearby Sheraton Grand. The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was very helpful and attended to a couple of maintenance issue cheerfully and quickly. The breakfast was average and what you expect. They did run out of hot coffee in the lobby on several occasions. The closet and shower area has a design flaw that left me curious but nothing I couldn't adjust to. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would return again.

My family stayed here during some home renovations so we are very familiar with the area. The hotel itself stands alone next to a truck stop but it's a very convenient location and a short drive to a variety of restaurants. We chose this hotel because of the price and were happy with our decision. This low frills but very clean and friendly hotel was a good choice for us.

A very clean and tidy hotel located right off the Interstate 10 with super easy access. Large car park with some electric car charging stations. Big Rig parking is easy as there is a truck stop right next door. Check in was a breeze with very efficient and friendly staff. My room was most warm and inviting, super clean, very quiet and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. There is a good sized workspace with lots of electrical plugs. Wi-Fi signal was great. Bathroom was spotless with a very hot and powerful shower. Breakfast was very good with attendants on duty and fresh food coming out all the time. It was busy but they kept the buffet clean. I will stay here again!

Good clean room, fairly new hotel, located perfectly for our event. Pool was nice and outside facilities (seating and bbq) looked amazing, even though we didn't get to use them. Breakfast was the typical fair - but they continued to stock it right till 9.

The rooms are amazing! Our room was huge with a separate sitting room and a kitchen . Wish we had more time to stay longer! The staff was super friendly! Breakfast was included for free and had a lot of options. The location is very convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Nice room, indoor pool, friendly staff. There is no kitchen on the premises, so the food for breakfast, though included in cost of room, is mediocre at best. Drive or get a lift somewhere else for breakfast. Close to a casino.

Took a small group to Phoenix for a competition. The event was only two miles away so the location was perfect. Also, there are ample restaurants and shopping within five miles and the airport is a convenient 15 miles. Thanks for a great visit.

We were at the Best Western Plus Chandler Hotel & Suites for the months of January and February. We could not have picked a better place to stay. The staff is the best! If we had any questions or concerns, they were there to help us. Our stay started with a warm greeting from Jacob. We booked our stay with Erva, who was off the day we checked in. The next morning she met us in the breakfast room to welcome us and to check that everything was up to our expectations. Meisha was a wonderful housekeeper and kept our room looking and smelling great. Their breakfast was different each day and very delicious. Mr. Jackson, the GM, has a great hotel and you can see him helping out in all areas. It is nice to see the GM helping his great staff. We look forward to coming back next year. We stayed in one of their suits, which was wonderful with a full kitchen. It was fun doing some cooking.

We came to Arizona for Spring Training seeking a location central to baseball parks and restaurants. When we arrived, we quickly discovered our first choice of motel in Mesa was not acceptable.The next day at 10 am,we stopped in to see if Best Western Plus in Chandler was available. Jacob, a really nice young guy, was at the front desk. He gave us a tour, showed us a room, and offered immediate check in we gladly accepted. This place is only a couple years old. Inside, it is spacious, clean and modern. The rooms are huge with two flat screens, a sitting room and full kitchen. There is also free breakfast and an indoor pool. Yes, it is in a little remote area, but we liked access next to the expressway where we could get around easily. Next time we visit the Phoenix area, this will be our first choice for a modern, comfortable room and good service.

Super nice room, very comfortable bed, great bathroom and shower and very quiet. A little on the expensive side for me normally, but I am happy I stayed here and would again if in the area. Staff was great at check in and made sure to point out to me the hours Breakfast was provided just off the lobby and it was a good breakfast too.

Started off a bit rocky - After checking in late in the evening on our first night we requested two extra pillows - not a crazy request since bed pillows are very small. I was told by front desk person, "You get what you get, we don't have any extra pillows." This is an exact quote said without attitude just matter of fact. Needless to say we did not get pillows that night and had a not so restful night sleep. The following morning I contacted a different front desk person with the same request who quickly granted my request for two extra pillows. The hotel and rooms are clean and we saw several employees cleaning during the day. The continental breakfast was good and well stocked. We were granted a late check - out which helped out a lot since our flight left hours late. Location is unremarkable - ie. not pretty views - but close to the freeway so easy to get around. Wish they had an outdoor pool and better sun deck but that was not a deal breaker. I appreciated the good customer service we got after our first night - they did a good job.

Although the staff was friendly and accommodating, this Best Western Plus disappointed. Floors throughout the hotel needed vacuuming and an area rug in our room was filthy. We had an extended stay suite that had a barn like kitchen with high ceilings and poor lighting. The microwave light was out and there was a tiny table that could accommodate only two although the room could sleep up to six. Two of the four lights above the bathroom sink were out. We canceled our five night stay after one night.

Check in was ok, Melissa seemed overwhelmed when we arrived but after we started the check in process she was very nice and accommodating. The room was a bit nicer than your average hotel room... meaning in my opinion it had a nice bathroom/shower and a microwave and mini fridge. The bed wasn't as comfy as it looks but it wasn't terrible. The breakfast was delicious! Those potatoes! YUM! Breakfast area was spacious and everything was stocked or restocked as needed.

I always enjoy my stay at this hotel! This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it is just as great as the first time. It is always very clean and comfortable. The staff is great. I will keep coming back!

This hotel was stunning!! I used my rewards points to pay for one free night and they put me in an amazing suite! Overall, the room was fantastic, the lobby was gorgeous, and the staff was friendly! Breakfast was a little lacking (had overly-bitter coffee and not many options) but other than that I'd give it a five-star rating!

I stayed here for two weeks for a business trip and had an incredible stay. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! I ALWAYS LOVE STAYING AT BEST WESTERN whenever I travel and this is a GREAT representation of the superior customer excpirence I always get with best western not to mention the amazing points I get that NEVER EXPIRE! I look forward to staying here again next time I'm back in the area for business.

I'm a business traveler and this is a great property. Clean, professional, and the rates are reasonable. I travel with my own pillow however they had a variety for all kinds of liking. The property has an indoor pool and plenty of parking. Breakfast has something for everyone. Will be staying again.

Kind of hard to find since no large signs are allowed in the area. Check in was efficient and pleasant. Room was a bit small but the bed was OK. The first night they over looked hand towels in our room. So we had to go to the front desk to pick them up. WiFi was excellent once you figured out how to get connected. Breakfast was a disaster. Too small an area for the number of guests. Tried twice and finally gave up. Over all, acceptable but there are better choices in the area.

i was in the chandler, arizona area for business for two and a half weeks. i had a tremendous stay at this property! the hotel was clean and in a convenient location. the entire staff was friendly and attentive!

The hotel was very clean. We stayed in room 106 which was really nice and right by the lobby. They have coffee out all the time. The breakfast was just OK but the seating was nice and spacious. As far as breakfast Hampton and Drury do a much better job. We only had one negative...we got there early around 12:30 on Sunday, Dec 10th and the room was not ready...no biggy..we knew we were early. The front desk person (Emerald I think) said she would call when the room was ready. No call...by 5:30 we gave up waiting and went to check in.

The hotel appears to be fairly new. We stayed in a suite which was spacious. The breakfast area was large with plenty of seating and the food was good and had bacon, eggs, and potatoes, although the potatoes were soggy. Check in and check out was great and the staff was professional and courteous. Only downside is that it is mainly in an industrial area so we had to drive a little bit to find food though McDonalds is nearby.

Very clean hotel, with excellent staff! Everything was wonderful. Breakfast was good. Rooms very clean and the bed was comfy. No noise issue even though it is very close to the highway. This is a good place to stay if you are visiting the motorsports park or the event center.

We stayed here along a road trip through Arizona and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and clean and it was easy to get to from the interstate. The fitness room was small, but had quality equipment. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Very well managed and a very above average breakfast provided. In door pool and very nice fitness center. If in the area, I highly recommend this Best Western, very new and quiet location but also very close to I-10 express way with very easy access on or off the I-10. They even have hook-ups for electric cars as well.

This hotel was > $100.00 cheaper than its nearest competitor, Drury Hotels. We had stayed @ Drury so we were able to compare the two and BW was by far the better facility. We required a handicap accessible room and the one @ BW was a much better and easier to access shower and toilet.

Very comfortable room and beds. Clean, attractive, newer hotel. Professional, helpful, friendly desk staff. We were visiting with family in Chandler and this hotel is close to there and right off the freeway which was great. Except for the very mediocre breakfast and not helpful breakfast attendant, I recommend this hotel hightly!

I had a bad 2 nights my Room was really nasty had to go to the store to get cleaning products to actually wipe down and clean Room to sleep the 1st Room they gave me was dirty the 2nd Room was the same This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel in the same room and both times it was nasty

My wife and I had just returned from Mexican vacation with friends. Decided to look for places in Phoenix area to possibly purchase at a later date . We picked this BW because it was close to areas we wanted to investigate for relocation. Glad we picked this hotel for all the right reasons, i.e. location, cleanliness, new hotel, etc.

The staff was great, but the internet didn't work well and the room we had to move to (due to no phone service and TV/remove issue in initial room) was not very clean. I just don't think they were prepared for that room to be used that day. Overall our stay was fine.

This hotel was fine for us as we were traveling across the southern states. room met our needs and even had a handicapped shower for our mom who was traveling with us. Breakfast was good and filling. Thank you.

This hotel looks brand new. The suites are amazing with 2 TV's, plenty of space, and a full kitchen. It was very clean and quiet. Indoor pool was small and kind of warm. Someone was throwing a party out on the patio area and took up all the space. I didn't feel comfortable with younger ones. Breakfast was really good to be free! :-)

The suites are very nice and roomy. It has everything you need. It has a great price for all the comfort you are getting. It has a good sign indoor pool. A nice business area. I highly recommend the Best Western Plus., this will be my home away from home.

My wife and I are mainly interested in four things in an inn. Cleanliness, affordability, accommodating staff, and ease of accessibility to our route of travel. Our accommodations here met and exceeded our needs. We stay at Best Western Inns because they routinely exceed our requirements, this inn is no exception.

Rooms were clean and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Dogs stay free. They offered a full breakfast each morning and had a coffee/tea/hot chocolate service available at all times. The location was right off the freeway but not noisy. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice facility. Excellent bedding, clean room it was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful, quick to get us checked in and offered assistance with area restaurants. The breakfast offered was timely and well equipped.

This place was close clean nice neat friendly helpful staff.just would be nice if pool was open longer been that it is in side that it be open longer especially on the weekends for family's or just so the kids have a nice time

Staff is very helpful, beds excellent, breakfast was way above average compared to other BW's I have been in. The only negative was my wife had a fall because of the curb on the handicap ramp it is painted the same brown as everything else around it. It is definitely something I feel needs to be removed before someone else gets injured. Other than that it is definitely the best BW I've ever stayed in.

I enjoyed my stay at the BEP in Chandler. I arrived at 1am and felt welcomed by the lady working the front desk. I was checked and and got settled into a nice room with good, ice cold A/C. The free breakfast was solid and satisfying for my full day of activities. And for convenience, the Love's and a Chevron are very close in proximity for last minute snacks/supplies.

Very spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Pool Area Was Very Relaxing. More Than What I had expected for the price. The hotel itself was very well organized and clean.The best part its location near a gas station and restaurants.

Owned by the Love's Truck Travel Center next door. New hotel with everything you expect plus more. Indoor pool smal but ok for kids. Across from the Wild Horse Pass Hotel and Hotel. Nicest shower I've seen in a hotel. On the edge of Metro Phoenix. Very good breakfast.

Up in check in, had to wait and wait and wait. Finally, saw a bell hidden behind the counter. Lady came out, and acted as though I was bugging her. Room was mediocre to say the best. Blanket looked like it came out of the garbage. Towels were stained and stiff. Breakfast was not impressive at all....wven for free. Fruit was half rotted, bread was dry and crusty, milk smelled spoiled. Checked out after 1 day, then went down the street to the Sheraton Grand Resort at Wild Horse Pass. RATE WAS THE SAME! JUST HAD TO ADD A RESORT TAX! Big deal.....clean and very relaxing at the Sheraton!

This is a newer hotel; is well staffed and maintained. Though we only stayed one night, it was quiet and clean. Breakfast was the usual Best Western Plus; staff replenished food and cleaned tables as people left.

Lovely new hotel located off the freeway, easy access in and out. Close to shopping, casinos, attraction's. The rooms are very large, very clean and well priced. BW has stepped up their game, hopefully all hotels in the Best Western family will take note and follow suit. Professional staff and management made my experience a pleasure! Keep up the good work!

I found this hotel close to the freeway and accessible to Casa Grande AZ. Turned out to be one of the better Best Westerns I have stayed at. The staff went out of their way to make you feel welcomed. It is a couple miles from the major malls and shopping centers and across the freeway from the Casino if you gamble. Quiet and clean.

Was a wonderful stay.helpful staff,clean rooms,good breakfast. Quiet environment. Fitness center was clean and equipment was new. Coffee is available in the lobby so that was a plus for me! Recommended!

We live nearby but was wanting a stay-cation and this is our first time staying here. The staff and room made our stay outstanding!!!! We will definitely stay here again. Melissa was very friendly at check-in. Although there were no rooms for upgrade for being a Gold member. She did offer us complimentary snacks and drinks. We decided wo stay another night and Emerald was very nice to continue our stay and re-check our key cards. While using the pool and outdoor lounge. we had a conversation with Donna the manager and she was very informative about the hotel and we had a great conversation with her while she was maintaining the lounge area. Also the lounge area has a gas BBQ grill!!! it also connected with the indoor pool.

When Wild Horse is booked for the night, Best Western Plus is a great and very convenient place to stay, and they have breakfast! We never make it up early enough to enjoy it, but it is there! The rooms have refrigerators and a microwave, along with being up to date. The hotel is relatively new, so it is nice and clean.

I highly recommend this hotel. I flew into Phoenix but needed to be in Tucson the next morning. It's far enough out of the busy Phoenix traffic that it was easy leaving town. Hotel was new and in great shape. AAA rate was great!

This was a great hotel to stay at. Staff were helpful and nice. The room was clean, large and quiet. They offer a inside pool which was really nice since it was 120 degrees outside. Nice quiet area to sit outside with tables and chairs. I would stay here again.

I had a very enjoyable stay.i am a truckdriver and the location was perfect.my a/c went out on my truck,so I had to get a motel.and this best western worked out great.the staff there were very friendly and professional.i will definitely stay there again.

We were visiting family and just staying overnight. The hotel was very nice, clean, staff was very helpful at check-in, and the beds were comfortable. It also will be a place we will come back to, as the area had some great shopping that we did not have time to enjoy.

Hotel is great. Brand new. Nice layout and breakfast is amazing. Fitness center is good too. I recommend to all to go to it. By some great outlets as well. Need a car to get food though nothing too close.

We enjoyed our business stay at this relatively new Best Western motel. It is adjacent to a Love's gas station and across the highway from a couple casinos. Breakfast is good and changes from day to day. Two elevators that take you up or down. The rooms and beds are comfortable. Enjoyed a couch to sit on to watch TV.

Busy trip for a family wedding. Travelled all over Phoenix area for family get togethers. This was a great location to do just that. fantastic size room with a kitchen. Great with all the kids travelling with me. Will stay again if in the area

We were doing our new teams first test and tune at Wild Horse Pass drag strip just across the freeway. The staff and hotel were great. If your racing there, or doing anything else in the area I would highly recommend staying there.

We reserved the 2 queens suite. Nice large room and kitchen. It is new so of course, it was clean and well maintained. The pool is indoor which my kids did not like and there is no jacuzzi. It is close to a couple fast food joints but the best part is it is the closest to Wild Horse Pass Raceway.

Only minutes away from the airport, convenient location, extremely clean, great costumer service, hearty breakfast, would stay there again if we are in the area! I really wanted to do the survey because this facility deserves it but it is ridiculous that TripAdvisor won't accept the survey unless you have a certain amount of wording :(

Very clean, well-kept, quiet. Great staff. Good location. Elevators to the upper floors which is very important for those with walking or stair climbing issues. The only problem is that my Google Map app put the hotel further east than it was. It's right on the corner of Nelson and Sundust, just east of I-10.

We stayed in this hotel for nine nights. It was new, clean, and very accommodating. The price was right for our suite (living room, bedroom, and kitchen) and its location was excellent. It was right off the freeway to Tucson and in close proximity to restaurants and casinos. The front desk was incredibly helpful and the breakfasts were substantial and tasty. I would certainly stay here again.

Stayed one night (4/20/2017) after having dinner at Kai (in the Sheraton) at Wild Horse Pass. Very nice new accommodations. Courteous and helpful staff. Some very nice common spaces for sitting, conversing, reading, etc. We went as two couples, and all four of us had good experiences. Would definitely go back and would recommend it to others.

We only stayed one night with a group of 12 for the Off Road Races across the freeway. The hotel messed up the reservation so they upgraded the 3 rooms that we had to kitchen rooms. Rooms are very nice, clean and big. My kids went and enjoyed the breakfast and said it was good. Nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Wonderful new Best Western near Wild Horse Pass Casino & Rawhide. Fantastic mattress, I want one on my bed at home! Super friendly staff, clean, great location directly across from Wild Horse Pass Casino.

Excellent location! Across the road from the premium outlets and a casino. Gas station and McDonald's also nearby. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was included in the rate which was a bonus. Service was great. We were checked in and out with no problems. Fantastic stay!

We just needed a place to stay and happened upon this great hotel. Brand new facilities, room had a fridge and a microwave. Had a wonderful hot breakfast. All in all it was a great find and the price was very reasonable! Would highly recommend staying here.

The amount on our receipt didn't match the amount withdrawn from our account. Everything else about the hotel was great. The staff was friendly and the food was decent. Across the highway are a casino and an outlet mall.

A good place to stay although there is not much around it (yet). The rooms are great and everything is new. I would f definitely stay here again. The only not so nice thing is that it is next to a gas station and service station for trucks. But on the other hand it is conveniently close to the interstate.

Location is convenient off highway. Rooms are clean and remodeled. I understand what the other reviews meant that the bathroom door swings awkwardly close to the toilet but it was not a problem, not even an annoyance. I would have liked if there were shelves/ ledge in shower. Check in was easy after our flight was delayed and arrived at 2:30am. There's a $25 resort fee that Expedia didn't mention on their listing.

Excellent all the way around! Staff members where friendly and eager to help in anyway possible. Kids loved the indoor pool and the breakfast was very pleasant. Our room was clean and comfy with plenty of towels and extra pillows. Thank you best Western of chandler you made my trip that much easier

There was Country Thunder,a Rave and a motorcycle group all nearby; we never knew. Rooms were quiet and very clean. We enjoyed our stay there and will recommend this hotel to other friends and family. A great alternative to staying at Wild Horse Pass and their prices.
