This is the closest hotel to Disneyland, the breakfast buffet is included and has lots of choices. Rooms are easy to access. There is a small pool and hot tub. The washer and dryer are great for surprise rain storms!

This is the closest hotel (motel) to Disneyland that is not on Disney property. Breakfast is included with stay, and there was a nice selection of food options. Rooms were dated and “well used”. A renovation is overdue.

Great location to across the street from the parks. Clean spacious room. Breakfast was outstanding. Lots of choices and great for kids. Could see fireworks from hotel. Great stay and can't wait to return.

The hotel's location is very convenient for when you are tired at the end of the day. It is closer to walking to the hotel from Disneyland than walking and riding the bus to the parking lot. The room was very clean as well.

The location is convenient to Disneyland and California Adventure and it had a great buffet breakfast that varied each day. The staff was polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to family and friends.

For families who have high expectations with fluffy towels, glamorous decor, and high end bedding, this will NOT be the place for you; HOWEVER, for families traveling to Disneyland on a budget...this place was MAGICAL. Not only is it the closest off-property hotel to the Disneyland park entrance, but it also offered a complimentary breakfast every morning, allowing us to fill our bellies (and our water bottles) before entering the park for the day. Additionally, there were laundry facilities, which meant we were able to capitalize on getting some laundry done before moving on to our next leg of the journey. This motel is exactly what you need it to be: a place to rest your head and your feet after spending a magical day at Disneyland. It had the amenities you need to be perfect for families, and my children greatly appreciated not having to share a bed (one slept on the fold out couch and the other in the bed). If we ever make our way back to the West Coast, know we will be staying here again!

My review of the Best Western Park Place Inn is a bit of a pickle based on my circumstances. I am traveling with my special needs son who requires a wheelchair most of the time. On the plus side, the location is unbeatable, the rooms large access comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is great. On the negative side, being placed on the 3rd floor is problematic for wheelchair users because there is only one antique elevator and lots of people trying to use it. The toilet in our room was oddly tiny, so it was difficult for me to help my son "do his thing". Really the bathrooms just need updating badly. The TV isn't a smart TV, so we had no way to cast to it or stream. And the buffet is up a huge flight of stairs... (although they do offer to help bring food.) the only way I'd return here is if we got a 1st floor room.

We always stay at the Best Western Park Place, and it's always a great experience. The location can't be beat! The breakfast is great, beds are comfortable and staff members are friendly and attentive. We ended up stating our trip a day early and unfortunately Best Western Park Place wasn't available for our extra day, so we stayed at a different local hotel for the first night, and the difference was shocking. We were so happy to finally check into this hotel, we had great sleep and we were sad to leave!

This hotel is always very clean. It's very close to Disneyland, dining, garden walk etc.This is our favorite hotel to stay in when we are visiting Disney. The staff is super friendly and the entire hotel is always clean. The room service is very polite and they even come by your room for towels. It a short walk to Disneyland and I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit

Everyone from the front desk, to the breakfast crew to housecleaning was super kind, gracious, and helpful!. The breakfast crew made you feel like you were being taken care of by family. We had 4 people in our room and the size of the place was lovely. So clean, bright and cheery. Nothing in the room was tired - everything seemed fresh.

Overall it was a decent hotel. The beds were good, the location is what you really pay for. For the price you're paying for the ability to get up and walk right across the street to Disneyland. The shower pressure in the shower sucks. I have a lot of to stay here for a long time, and now that I have, I can say that it was OK. I just don't understand the hype of this hotel

Stayed in top floor, mini suites with 2 queens and sofa. Lots of space and comfortable beds. Quiet at night. Across from the Disney park so was able to return for lunch and a small break. Staff at breakfast and at front desk very helpful and friendly. Food options for breakfast was the most I have seen in a hotel in a long time: fruit and cereal options, yogurts, various breads and spreads, oatmeal and hot options that changed daily. This will be our TO-GO place every time we come to Disneyland.

Our overall experience was fine. Closest location to Disney. Note that parking doesn't begin until 1pm because they have limited parking (I get it). The staff was able to accommodate parking earlier since we got there early to go to the park, but I probably won't stay here in the future for this reason. We stay at hotels specifically to avoid the Disney parking and tram situation so if we would've had to do that anyway our stay would've been pointless. Hotel is dated and rooms didn't seem very clean. My baby crawled around and his clothes were very dirty. No blackout curtains, only shutters

The location and proximity to Disneyland was perfect! Loved being able to just walk across the street. The hot breakfast was wonderful too. Clean rooms with larger suites to accommodate families. Would definitely stay here again.

We were very impressed by the quality of the maid service. Our maid went above and beyond to keep or room clean and well maintained. The bed was always. Surfaces wiped down. Front desk staff were helpful and nice.

Highly, highly recommend. Close to park, super clean rooms, very friendly staff, and great breakfast! There were 4 adults and two children (6, 8). We slept comfortably and ate well. Breakfast buffet staff was friendly and the food was great.

We accidentally left some items behind and when we called to see if housekeeping may have found them they told us they would call back and they never did. We called multiple times and never got a response.

This is the best hotel next to Disneyland that we have stayed in. Right across the street from the Disneyland entrance. Its closer than the Dusney hotels. Clean, friendly staff and a hot breakfast is included! We will be back for sure

They run a leaf blower every morning starting at 8am. Ask the front desk and they will confirm it's their policy. If you like to sleep past 8am this hotel is not for you. The rest of the hotel experience is the same as all the other near Disney, this one just comes with a mandatory wake-up. Fun.

Location wise - you can never go wrong. Breakfast - not bad I love the free coffee machine at the lobby. However, I'm giving this hotel a 2-star because of the super noisy A/C… It ruined our stay every single night. You supposed to have a good night sleep but because of the a/c noise, you end up not getting enough sleep… avoid this hotel if possible. Bye!

We have stayed here for our past two visits to Disneyland. We love the convenience of course of staying right across the street, but we also genuinely love the staff! They go out of their way to make our stay special! We hope to stay here each time we come back to visit.

The good: The hotel is right across the street from Disney. Free parking. Clean room. Good breakfast. Food all around. The bad: The pool was being renovated, in August. One of the two guest elevators did not work.

We love the Best Western Park Place Plus Inn! The location is great but what makes this Best Western extraordinary is their amazing staff. They go over and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is good. The parking is convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful in many different ways. From getting to the park to finding a local grocery store or a good place to eat. They are always there with a smile, ready to help. We wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and so close to the park! The staff was very helpful and courteous. Our room was great and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was better than adequate, hot and fully stocked. Breakfast staff were very attentive. The location can't be beat!! Only complaint was noise outside at night and in the morning but I would 100% stay here again!!

The location cannot be beat. You simply cross the street and take a dozen steps and you are at Disneyland Resort. The free breakfast is also better than any comparable hotel. Every morning there are self-serve staple items like pastries, cereal, yogurt, bagels, fruit, coffee, juice, and milk, but there is also a hot buffet that changes daily and has servers. We had items like build your own breakfast burrito (eggs, eggs with chorizo, cheese, breakfast potatoes, sausage, etc.), or french toast sticks with eggs and sausage. Everything was very good. The hotel will also hold your luggage for free the day you check out if you have a later flight. The staff was all very friendly. We stayed in the mini suite with the sofa bed, and my teen son said the sofa bed was comfortable, and the room was pretty spacious. We were down one of the sides of the building and had no trouble with noise. Don't bother looking at other hotels. Book the Best Western Plus Park Place!

The whole staff is very welcoming and helpful. Our family enjoys this location. It's nice to have a hot breakfast before we start the day. The food is hot, fresh and the tables are always clean. Always greeted with a smile

An excellent stay. No issues at all. Clean and quiet. Location is absolutely the best if going to Disneyland. We had two connecting suites for ten of us and it was perfect. Pool is small if you like a soak in the afternoon, but we never do. Parking can be an issue but if you book in advance you will have no problems.

Book this hotel now! There is nowhere near Disneyland Reaort with a shorter walking distance. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. A hot breakfast with plenty of options starts your day off right. The price point makes sure you have mi way left for souvenirs.

Loved my stay here. Staff was always friendly and willing to help. Room was incredible. Definitely booking a stay here for future Disneyland family vacations. The proximity to the parks is so convenient.

Can't beat it for access to Disneyland. Literally left our room and tapped into the park in under 5 minutes. AND comfortably fit our family of 5. Felt a little on the “older” side, but all things considered we will stay here again for sure.

We chose this hotel because it is the closest hotel to Disneyland entrance. We did not expect it to be so well kept, up to date, and clean. The staff cleaned the room every day leaving ample towels for our party of 6. The pool is small, but it was sufficient for a 20-30 minute swim each afternoon to cool off. It was never super crowded. We went in late July, with 93+ degree days. It was amazing to be close enough to hit the parks in the morning, come sleep from 2-5pm, and then hit the parks hard till closing time each night. The breakfast options were surprisingly varied and better than we expected. We had a room for 6. The 2 queen beds were very comfortable. We slept well for 8 nights. We brought 2 air mattresses, and did not use the pull out couch/bed, so I am not certain how comfortable that is. The parking is super convenient self parking with a card for access during your stay. We came and went as we pleased all week.

We did not get a room until 45 minutes after check-in. She front desk staff and manager were gaslighting guests and making them feel bad for frequently inquiring why rooms were not available at the guaranteed check-in time. The lobby was absolutely packed with unhappy guests. I requested Months in advance, a park-facing room or a first-floor room. I got neither. There was only one working elevator in the whole hotel. Wait times for this elevator ran up to 20 minutes of standing in line. The elevator door would open and it would already be packed with people from the previous floor. You could not access the elevator without winding in and out of the busy parking lot. PLEASE, if you are travelling with a disabled guest, steer clear of this property. The rooms are dark, dingy, and ugly. I did think the restroom and shower amenities were nice, and the hotel had a great maintenance team who helped us with non-working everything in the room. I've stayed at many hotels near Disney. This one is a dud. It's worth the few extra steps you have to walk or the short shuttle ride to stay in decent accommodations during your Disney trip! For how horrible our stay was, I cannot believe the pricetag on this hotel. Please, please do yourself a favor an go a few doors down to the Marriot or the HoJo. I've stayed at both of those, and absolutely LOVED both experiences.

The hotel is an amazing location if visiting Disneyland, and the staff is great! Breakfast is included at the restaurant next door. There was a good variety of food and the staff at breakfast was extremely helpful and friendly! The hotel is a little dated but clean.

We stayed here for the first time and we're blown away by the friendly staff, great breakfast and close proximity to Disneyland Resort. Definitely will be coming back to this hotel when we visit again.

In terms of value for money, this hotel is great. it is located exactly at the crossing that leads to Disney, the bedrooms are very comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. If you are going to spend more than 1 day in Disney, I will definitely recommend this hotel!

This is our 2nd time staying here because of how extremely!! close their location is to the Disneyland entrance. We had a king room on 1st floor with pull out. Beds were comfortable, room was clean & we didn't hear any noise from upstairs. Breakfast was buffet style, with staff serving hot food. One drawback is the breakfast is located next door on 2nd floor of restaurant with no elevator access & no access from 2nd floor of hotel. Finding a parking spot close to your room is a challenge.

I'm so glad we chose this hotel for our Disney stay. The location was fantastic. You literally exit the park, walk across the street, and you are at the hotel. I'd recommend this hotel for anyone with kids since it's so easy to get to at night after a long day or for a little rest during the day. You can probably get a bigger pool elsewhere, but other than a glimpse of the pool, we were too wrapped up in Disney to take time for a pool. The room was spacious. Since you are so close, if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs (fireworks every night at the park). But there is a fan option in the room (you can use it without the AC) so that worked perfectly as white noise. The breakfast is great -- a lot of options and a great start to our day. Everyone we interacted with at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating. It's not a luxury hotel, but it fit our needs perfectly. I will definitely stay here again on our next Disney trip.

This place is the best! The closest to Disneyland, just across the crosswalk. The best breakfast (something different was offered each day of the 3 mornings we ate breakfast) Breakfast in included and was so awesome! The room was nice & clean. Comfy bed. The pool & hot tub are amazing after a long day at Disney. We used it 4 days in a row :) It was a little more expensive than some of the other hotels, but the location & FREE HOt breakfast make it so worth it. Stay here, you won't be disappointed! Staff are friendly & helpful plus you can rent a scooter (if you don't want to walk in the park all day) right in the lobby!

When visiting Disneyland, we always stay at the Park Place Inn Suites Best Western. They are directly across from the Disneyland entrance gate. They have clean spacious rooms, not fancy, but nice with fridges, microwaves, clean comfortable beds, hot breakfast in the mornings. An afternoon dip in the pool is perfect for tired feet. It is our choice of hotels when seeing Mickey Mouse.

Beds terrible, rooms not clean, old with odor, breakfast was the only plus. Broken elevator, “working on it” using it as a storage closet for housekeeping, come to find out they've been “working on it” for well over a year! We travel to Disney annually sometimes multiple times a year. We typically stay across the street as we open and close the parks each day. This by far the worst of the hotels by the entrance to walk back and forth. This hotel was one we hadn't tried and always wanted to because of it being the closest one to the park entrance. We were fooled. We have two kids in strollers, my father has to use a jazzy. Our rooms were on the top third floor, no big deal right, we just use the elevator and it will be easy. Well our room was towards the front of the hotel on the third floor, right next to the elevator that was broken. As mentioned above it's been broke for sometime. We ended up having to use the elevator towards the back, the only other one on the property, then there is not a direct path to our room you have to go all the way around to the other side and back through the middle, by the time you do that walk we should've just stayed to what were use to. Don't stay here go next door!

We chose this hotel for its excellent location at the Disneyland crosswalk which made it the shortet walk from a "Good Neighbor" hotel. The rooms were standard, the beds were VERY good. However the coffee maker didn't work correctly, and coffee and cups were not replenished unless requested. There were issues with the sink backing up and bsthrrom fans rattling as if about to break, so VERY noisy. Small pool, and a nice hot tub, but WAY too much 'foam' as if not cleand well enough. All in all very average.

We stayed at the BW Park Place Inn in late January for a Disneyland trip - we had 11 people total (6 adults, 1 teenager -14-, 4x kids 10-8-8-6). We rented 2 family suites that each had 2 beds, and a pull out couch - the rooms were quite spacious for the amount of people using them - we love that the toilet/shower is separate from the sink as people could get ready on the outside while others were using the shower/toilet room. One person in each room rented a scooter, and they fit inside the room with little struggle (they had to be charged each night to be ready to go the next day). One party left a day earlier than the other, and we were able to put two scooters in one room for that last day/night. Each room has one closet, and one dresser with 3 drawers - for the amount of people staying in the rooms, this was not enough storage. In one of the rooms (234), the dresser drawers would not stay closed unless there was absolutely nothing put in the drawers. more annoying than anything as you would have to push the drawers in every time you walked past. We had read the storage wasn't great ahead of time, so brought along our own closet organizers (long, vertical folding organizer with 5 "shelves") for each of the kids to put their clothes/pool stuff/small toys. Our suitcases fit nicely under the vanity counter, so those were out of the way during our stay, and didn't clutter anything up. The room had a small refrigerator which worked well - it did not have a freezer, but we knew that ahead of time, so bought perishables but not freezer items. This was great for keeping our snacks and drinks at the ready for heading out to the park each day or for the end of the night when we needed something for bed. Each room also had a coffee maker and microwave that worked fine. We rented a vehicle two different days, and there was plenty of parking - i think it was $11/day which seemed pretty reasonable to us. The hotel has an included continental breakfast at the restaurant next door and we utilized it every morning - they have something for everyone: hot food (eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, etc), cereal, fruit, yogurt, bagels/toast/pastries, oatmeal, granola bars, and milk/juice/coffee/tea . ***word of advice*** get there early, especially if you have a large group - we were there every day when they opened (6:20-6:30am) and never had an issue getting 3 tables next to each other, but as more people started coming in, we could see families having to wait for tables to open up. The front desk ladies were very nice - when we had questions and stopped by, we were always greeted with a smile. One day we came back from the park and our room key wouldn't work - called the front desk, and the man that answered was a bit rude, saying that we had already checked out and that's why the key wouldn't work - after a bunch of back and forth (asking us multiple times if we had checked out even though we told him we were looking into our windows at our belongings), he realized that they had disabled our keys, instead of the room next door (also our family, who had checked out one day earlier than us) - he came up and gave us new keys and we were good to go again. There is a small section in the lobby that sells little souvenirs, as well as items that guests may have forgotten to pack (shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, etc). We didn't need anything from there, but they have a sign up that it is no-cash, you have to download an app and scan the items that you want to buy. The lobby also has a scooter rental area - we had already rented from another company, so we didn't need to utilize this either, but it looked busy every time we went by. The pool area is nice, nothing fancy, perfect for a family to relax and play or have a quick dip before retiring to the hot tub. It's not a huge area - don't know how many families you could fit in there, but was still a nice reprieve when coming back to the hotel during the day for a break from the parks - because of where it is situated (between two buildings), the shadows creep in quicker than you'd like if you're trying to soak up some sunshine, but that's to be expected when you're in such a hotel-populated area. Having a pool/hot tub is better than none!! We were a bit disappointed when the hot tub got shut down for servicing on our 2nd day and wasn't up and working again until the 5th day - the front desk kept telling us that it would be ready anytime.... would have been nice to have a more realistic answer. The proximity to the park cannot be beat - down the stairs (or elevator if needed) and across the street and you are on Disney property. this is the number one reason we stay at this hotel - no need for a shuttle or to use the ART. If you did have to use the ART for something, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. And there are plenty of ammenities close by - IHOP, Cold Stone Creamery, and McDonalds, and a Mexican restaurant to which I can't remember the name are just down the block, well within walking distance. As mentioned, whenever we plan a disney trip, this is the number one place on our list to stay at and we will continue to stay here as long nothing drastic changes (ie. pool, continental breakfast, etc). Great value for the location to the park. Oh, and we were able to see the fireworks one night by standing out front of the hotel. was a fun bonus that we weren't expecting!

The pictures are misleading because the lobby looks nice, but the rest of the place is budget motel quality. We come to Disneyland a lot and I've always wanted to try this place because it is so close to the Disneyland entrance. It ended up being a poor and very expensive stay. I won't be back. Positives: closest motel to entrance. Electric scooter rental counter in the lobby. Decent free hot breakfast with many choices offered til 9:30 AM. Large fridge and microwave. Sofa bed was above average. Cons: Parking is additional fee of $15/night. You can't park in their lot til mid afternoon your first day and you must be out of the lot by 3pm on the day of checkout. But where to go if you plan to stay in the park and you've rented a wheel chair in their lobby?? My paperwork said I'd be charged an "hourly rate" after 3pm. It did NOT specify that it is $25 an hour. Holy crap! We were a few minutes past 6pm so my parking bill was $75. Ouch! There are two elevators, but only one was working at the back of the motel. From their reviews it looks like it's been broken for a long time. Our room was at the front so we had to do a lot of walking to get to the room. The exterior floor is a pebbled surface so rolling bags, housekeeping carts make A LOT of noise rolling down the narrow exterior past your window and door. Also the adjacent room's shower sounding like a jet taking off in our room. All rooms have exterior doors so you hear all the street noise, garbage trucks, guests walking by etc. No sleeping in. Mattress was decent. Bedding is a thin blanket sandwiched between two flat sheets. Heater/AC is a loud wall unit. TV didn't work. The first room we were given wasn't cleaned so we had to shlep everything down the hall to find another room. If this motel was cheap it might be acceptable, but the rates they charge are outrageous for the quality of the stay. You're paying for the location. The parking fiasco just pushes it over the edge. There are better options.

This hotel exceeds my expectation! They have the best hotel free breakfast I ever had! The hot food options were different every day for the 3 days we stayed! It was even better than the airport lounge! The room was clean and spacious. I read some negative reviews on google prior my visit so I lowered my expectation. But I think those reviews maybe for another Best Western that is just 1 block away from this hotel, because I didn't experience any of those negative reviews. Overall I am super happy with the price I paid for the location, the free breakfast, and the spacious room we experienced!

Being the closest hotel to Disneyland is not the best. Only 1 working elevator for the whole 3 story hotel. No working TV, badly working a/c, breakfast was upstairs next door with no elevator. Staff didn't seem to care that there were issues and made fun of us for needing an elevator. Stay at any other hotel on the block and you will pay less and get better staff.

it was my first time here but must say i would definitely go back! clean and comfortable room and very convenient to Disneyland just a walk across the street :) my wife loved the room and was happy :)

The rooms are a little dated, but not horrible. Can't beat the location. It is directly across the main park entrance. The free breakfast is amazing. They give such a great variety of items and have daily specials. The rooms also have mini fridges and microwaves in them which is a plus. Close to other eateries such as ihop, tony romas and a mexican resturant right next door. It is a great place if you have a young family and want to take a break in the day from the disney parks before you head back in at night.

This is literally the closest hotel to Disneyland. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. We had adjoining rooms which really allowed our group to enjoy our time together. They only have 1 working elevator which was a bit of a problem, particularly after all that walking at the park.

Staff went above expectations to make sure we were happy. Night time housekeeping got a luggage cart and helped us to our room. In the morning we had trouble getting to the breakfast dining room due to the fact that my father is wheelchair bound. Staff assisted us by bringing a table to the lobby so that we could share breakfast together. Over all our experience was great. We would consider staying here again.

My family and I stayed in this hotel to go to Disneyland for New Year's Eve, hotel is clean and rooms are decent. What we most liked is that is in front of Disney you can go walking and at the end of the day that you are very very tired the distance to the hotel is perfect. What we didn't like is that they don't do housekeeping in your whole stay. They only set the needed but they leave it over the beds. So you don't have a clean room and made beds when you get to your room after a very busy day. We would probably stay here again even if they don't do the house keeping because of the walkable distance they have to Disney.

I was impressed with the size of our room and the hot breakfast . They served breakfast early enough to make it to Disneyland before it opened.My family also enjoyed the use of the outdoor pool in January because it was heated.

This hotel is literally across the street and it makes it so nice after a long day. The breakfast is amazing! So many options that everyone will be happy and full! The staff was very nice and helpful.

I stayed for two nights with my family of 6 and my overall experience was great! Free complimentary breakfast, great start to the morning before leaving to the parks which is a short walk, right across the street!! The room was nice and clean, and the staff at reception were so welcoming. The woman at the front desk explained everything very well. The staff at breakfast were super friendly and amazing! They were also bilingual which I appreciated! Housekeeping did a great job at keeping our room tidy! Amazing amazing amazing! I have nothing bad to say.

We have wanted to stay here for years and finally had the chance. There was nothing that disappointed us in our experience. When we needed a late checkout because of an illness the hotel staff was accommodating and helped us. We can't wait to stay here again.

Location can't be bet and has free breakfast. Breakfast items are very limited but still free. Our bathroom Faucet was leaking and had to use our towels to keep our things dry, elevator broken and shower has no pressure. No housekeeping service.

Our entire family--11 people, 3 mini-suites--stayed here for all of Thanksgiving week, and could not have been happier with our choice of a Disneyland-area hotel. Location--nearly perfect. Lobby staff--friendly and efficient. Cleanliness--absolutely no complaints. Housekeeping staff--cheerful and responsive. Room size--excellent for a family of four (but do spring for the mini-suite!). Breakfast--top-notch. I could nit-pick a few minor issues: the air-conditioner was noisy; the TV remote was tricky; the upstairs neighbors seemed to be throwing anvils around (who's fault is that?). But for one-third the price of the Disneyland Hotel, we were closer to the parks, with included breakfast and comfortable beds. This was our third stay, and we will continue to make it our go-to hotel for visits to Mickey.

The location & amenities (breakfast, fridge & microwave) cannot be beat. It's so convenient & practical for families with children. However the cleanliness of room is awful. The carpets are so filthy we couldn't relax: we had to wear slippers in the room & had to make effort to keep everything and everyone (kids included) off the floor. The outside sidewalk felt cleaner. The room is extremely dusty too. We got bitten by dust mites & when the AC was on, dust flew everywhere. We used to love this hotel & have been loyally staying here & recommending to others in the last 20 years. This stay has made us want to consider other options in the future.

Hotel is right across from Disney-closer than 2 of the 3 Disney hotels. Free breakfast that was basic with some waffles, breakfast meats and the normal hotel quick breakfast items. Small parking lot but safe with a gate that only guests can get in. Quiet despite some rooms being close to the main road

We stayed at BW Plus in Anaheim November 15-19. It is right across from Disneyland. You cannot get any closer. The only thing we didn't like was the height of the beds. My husband and are older and it was difficult to get in and out. It might be fine if you are taller or younger. There is a free breakfast next door, but you have to climb stairs, which might be difficult for some people. We probably will not use it again because I have trouble with stairs. The breakfast had a nice variety of food. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There were plenty of outlets. There was a nice bathroom counter for any beauty & make-up, etc you needed to store. There was a frig, microwave & TV. There was no daily housekeeping.

Staff is super friendly and helpful and the complementary breakfast is really good. If you're going to Disney, you can't beat the location. Never heard the neighbors except for when the kids ran up and down the outside hallway. Walls are nice and thick.

This is an excellent location; our rooms were clean and very comfortable. They did run out of blankets but were as accommodating as they could be. For a first time visit to the area and Diseny, I would recommend as well as stay there again.

The hotel is clean, and everyone is friendly but most importantly its only a 5 minute walk to the park. Breakfast was great. There was a nice variety of choices that varied each morning. Two people in our group have a severe gluten intolerance and were pleasantly surprised with the options available to them, including bread for toast! My favorite was the chorizo egg scramble & what seemed like a homemade tortilla!! Other note worthy things: comfortable beds & electric scooter rental in lobby.

You cannot beat the location of this off-property hotel for Disneyland visits! It is a bit pricey for a BW, but I traveled solo, planned to stay in the parks until late and did not want to worry about walking too far at the end of the evening, so was willing to pay the higher price. The room was clean. The heating/cooling unit was loud (which I have found to be typical in BW hotels) and the bathroom fans made a screeching noise off/on when used. I arrived early and didn't receive my room assignment until later, but they made it easy to check my luggage so that I could just get to the parks. I took a break in the day later (3pm checkin seems to be strictly followed) to get my room assignment. This worked in my favor as I ended up with a room in a quieter area of the hotel - very rare with a family destination, but so appreciated on this visit.

You are really paying for the convenience. Everything was clean. Verizon doesn't work well here but the wifi was fine in my room. Breakfast is decent. The pull out bed is a little ricketty. Thin walls.

The staff are amazing, my friend and I lost our cases on the way to Anaheim, and the staff went above and beyond to help us and make us feel comfortable, especially Cassandra, she is wonderful. Also you quite literally couldn't be closer to Disneyland, it's so close!

This is the ONLY hotel my family will stay at when traveling to Disneyland/ DCA. My family have now stayed at this hotel 3 times this year; Feb, March, October. The location, price, amenities, and service is exceptional and can't be beat. The complimentary breakfast is perfect for a full day at the Disney parks, but also for a proper rope drop. My kids love the pool, and the location allows for midday naps without having to wait for shuttles- just walk across the street/ crosswalk. I always recommend this hotel to all friends and family visiting Disneyland/ DCA. You will not be disappointed- I promise!

Hotel was great, amazing staff, clean and spacious rooms, it was quite, it is literally across the street from Disneyland, and a very good breakfast included with your room at Calaca Mama's restaurant.

Clean room, and the free hot breakfast was amazing. The staff was all helpful and Friendly, the kitchen manager went out of his way to get us mayo for the breakfast sandwich that was being served that day as one of the options.

We come to this hotel every October for my daughters birthday pre Covid. The location is fantastic right across from the main gate. It's been 3 long years since we have traveled and we were very disappointed with our stay. There were ants in the room, the shower head only half worked, the breakfast was terrible , the staff unfriendly and no house keeping. For the price of $239 each night it is not worth it at all.

We just stayed at the Park Place Inn for 5 nights. Positives: It's probably the closest Hotel to the main entrance. Good Breakfast Negatives: The Hotel is old and tired. Smelly carpet Our linens were damp and musty and the Hotel refused to change them Next time, I would stay somewhere nicer, save some money and spend it on taxis or Uber.

Cable was "down" for the entire 4-day stay. Staff said it was a Spectrum problem, that a "cord" needed to be replaced or something. It was irritating because we would come back to the room during the hot part of the afternoon to relax and watch a movie or something but couldn't. Also, when we turned on the tap in the sink, it smelled like poop. To the point we were using bottled water to brush our teeth and wash our hands in the bathtub. The area around the toilet was GROSS. I don't think it's been cleaned in...ever. The faucet handle was loose, and we couldn't change the spray nozzle (it was stuck or glued or something) off the lowest setting, so had to rinse our hair under the faucet. The staff are friendly, but the responses were along the lines of "oh well, this is a thing. Nothing to do". I mean, it would have been nice to have a few dollars taken off our bill or something, as a gesture. We didn't ask for any consideration, but it would have done wonders for customer service to at least have been offered. I won't stay here again and would not recommend.

Ever since we checked in yesterday, the television has been down the whole time. $300 a day for a room and no TV doesn't work for me. The staff is very friendly and helpful though in the location cannot be beat so if you don't care for a TV break, it's perfect.

Very clean and friendly hotel. Was impressed with the room size and cleanliness. Would definitely recommend for Disney trips and any other type of travel. Was so convenient to walk across the street from Disneyland and be close to our room.

Random towels would disappear from Our room when housekeeping would come in to only empty the trash. But they would take random towels & not replace them. It was the strangest thing. Have never had a hotel experience like this before.

Perfect location for our disneyland trip, across the street, and the price was reasonable considering being directly across the street. Breakfast was delicious with many options. Can't wait to stay again next trip.

Can't beat the location unless you pay to stay at a Disney hotel. It is literally right across the street from Disneyland. Only issues were low water pressure and regular short toilet. Staff very friendly!

We loved how close the property was. Typically we park in the Disney parking garage, walk to the tram, then walk from the tram drop off to the park entrances. It's a lot of time and steps. By staying at the hotel, directly across the street, we saved a significant amount of steps and time. Plus we did not have to fold and unfold the stroller for the tram! That's a big win for our family!

I booked two rooms for three nights in early October for a Disneyland trip. the only thing positive about this place is the location. Desk staff were unreasonable in giving me a key to my daughters adjoining room so I could decorate it for my grandchildren's first visit! I showed the email saying I booked both rooms but bc I put the second room in my daughters name, they refused to let me in. She was coming in on a later flight and the desk staff actually told me to call her to see if it's OK if I could go in the room. For goodness sake‘s, she was traveling solo with a toddler and a baby and about to board the plane, and I'm supposed to call her to get permission to get into her room. Ridiculous!

The hotel staff were all very friendly upon check-in. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location is fantastic if you're visiting Disneyland. The breakfast could be better, but I was glad there were grab and go options at least. There are other options nearby (such as iHop) if you'd like a more substantial breakfast before heading to the park. Overall, you just can't beat this location and it helps that the staff were all very kind and the rooms are clean/comfy. Myself, my husband and our 2 kids enjoyed our stay.

It was a very clean Hotel with excellent service and an awesome breakfast! We stayed for 6 days and the service could not have been better. The breakfast was well above the average prepared breakfast and the service there was also very very good!

We stayed 6 nights here and loved it it very close to the parks so after a big day you dont need to walk to far. The rooms were great and large we had everything we needed to be comfortable the staff were always smiling and polite. Pool and hot tub area was great and we met a lot of people there we will definitely be back again

Had ants and ear wigs in the shower. I had my own room and was put on the second floor with children in the room above who ran and jumped starting at 6AM. If it's just for one person ask for third floor if possible. My friends weren't able to get into their room until way passed check in. Staff is disorganized and not that friendly. Way too expensive for the noise and cleanliness of the rooms. Only plus about this hotel is that it's across from Disney.

If all you need is a bed close to Disneyland then this can't be beat. Everything else was a bit of a let down to be honest. The breakfast hot food was like fake rubbery eggs, tasteless potatoes, dry ham and weird waffles. We tried but to eat it but tossed most of it out. We ended up eating the apples and bananas and yogurts only. We did like that we could fill up our water bottles with cold water at the drink station at breakfast though. The room was dark because it is an old building with an outside walkway and rough old stairs. While the room was big enough (we had the suite with fold out sofa) it needed updating. Good TV. The dresser drawer wouldn't stay shut and the aircon was very noisy. There was no bedding provided to make up the sofa and it took us asking 3 times for anyone to bring up some bedding. Then all they brought, was a ratty old thin blanket that looked 20 years old and had no warmth. No pillows were provided for the spare bed. Although the desk promised that the room would be serviced mid way through our 7 night stay, it wasn't. We never had the sheets changed or beds made the whole time. All they did was leave new towels (but not take the old ones so we had to dump them outside the room) and empty the bin. That's all!! It was not good. We even made sure everything of our was off the bed incase they didn't want to touch our things. The staff weren't very helpful and the vending machines didn't seem to work. I didn't use the pool but it was popular with the guests so must have been ok. I used the laundry which was good. $4 a load for washer and $4 for dryer which was a fair price. The prices in the gift shop for food was more than at the Disneyland hotel. $4 for water at Best Western and only $3.50 at Disneyland hotel. Needs USB ports in the rooms. The location and the TV are the best parts.

This hotel was very surprising! I expected it to be like any other but it was actually much better! It is more expensive than the other hotels in the area, however it is worth it! Very clean, friendly staff, walking distance to Disneyland, GREAT breakfast, always accommodating, and above all, helpful! Some people complain about little things with this hotel, but it's great for the price and area!

I have never had a better experience at any motel in my life, even at grander more expensive hotels! I will definitely book with this Inn again. It is directly across from Disneyland, a great value, provides breakfast, and the staff were all amazingly helpful and friendly! I am very pleased!

Literally right across the street from DL which helps tired aching feet! Great value buy must book quickly because this hotel goes fast! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly upon arrival and when we asked for more towels/blankets etc we got them within minutes!

Staff was friendly and informative, room was clean, with proper amenities. We had leftover dinner from near by restaurant so didn't take advantage of breakfast so not sure how that was. Location is amazing to access Disney Parks, but the price for what you get is questionable, it's not like it's a top of the line resort for over $300 a night but because of the location people will pay for the convenience. It's kind of unfortunate that the hotel industry takes advantage of people like that.

BW Park Place is a fantastic place to stay. You couldn't ask for a better location. The accommodations were perfect for our purpose. We were able to get adjoining rooms as requested. The wait staff for breakfast were outstanding.

The water was shut off from 11 am to 3 pm with no notice to guests. We were told they planned it to coincide with the time between checkout & new check ins. But, since it was mid stay, it would have been nice to know this before coming back to a room with no water. Ask for a room towards the back, as the walkways are bumpy & roller wheeled suitcases going by early in the morning sounds like a thunderstorm every time it happens. But, the location is good & the breakfast is adequate. The room is fairly basic, but ok.

We love staying at this Best Western for many reasons. The staff are amazing. They are always willing to help and go out of their way to help make your experience the best it can be. The rooms are always clean. The location can't be beat. And the breakfast is always a great way to start off your day. The scooter rental staff are fantastic. And the pool is always fun. We wouldn't choose to stay anywhere else.

Staff was so great and did everything they could for us. Pretend you're camping and don't take off your flip flops. Floors are vacuumed but not steam cleaned and turn your feet black. Great location, but building could use some sanitation. All towels and sheet snell strongly of bleach, and ac is on all the time, but filters probably haven't been changed in years. Immediate sinus congestion every time we entered our room.

We always walk past this hotel on our way to whatever other hotel we are staying at when going to Disneyland and we were finally able to book it and try it out. The location is the biggest draw, no other hotel is closer. Just steps from the crosswalk to the entrance, maybe a 15 minute walk to the front gate. The staff at check in were super friendly and accommodating. The lobby was very nice and they have a self checkout store area which was convenient. The room itself was nice. We were on the third floor, which was kind of annoying after a long day, even with the elevator because it was incredibly hot and slow. Plenty of towels. Bathroom had a somewhat accessible setup, bars on the toilet and shower but the shower did have lip and there was two shower heads but very little counter space. There was a mini fridge and microwave which is always a plus. TV worked, lamps had extra outlets. Bed was a little uncomfortable, one side dropped when you laid down. Pillows were nice and comfy. AC worked really well, which was appreciated on the hot days we were there. The free breakfast was awesome, it is located on top of the Mexican restaurant next door. Lots of choices a d friendly staff. Parking was good, especially for such a small lot. This hotel is definitely on our list to stay again. Would love to try out one of the mini suites.

I chose the hotel on the recommendation of my travel companion who was staying at a Disney resort & knew I needed something more affordable. It was close walking distance to the parks and downtown Disney. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable with good amenities. The breakfast buffet was substantial with several hot choices. The staff were lovely & helpful. The minor downsides were a fairly small pool which felt crowded with very few people in it & a somewhat noisy air conditioner. I felt safe there as a single woman.

Can't beat the location. Right across the street from one of the entrances to Disneyland. Depending on the security line, 10-15 min walk and you are in the park. They have a free breakfast which is decent. Pool is kinda small. Lots of noise outside the room, but that's to be expected at a hotel near Disneyland. Facilities are old and dated, but well maintained. Water pressure is good and never had a problem with hot water.

If you're looking for a budget friendly, breakfast included, close to the park place to lay your heads, look no further. This is everything you'll need in a hotel you're only in to sleep before you're up and at it again. The breakfast was key - a GREAT start to the day!

We stayed here for 3 nights, and visited one park per day. The location was incredible. It is right across the street to the entrance. Right across the hotel, is a Mexican restaurant that is a great dinner spot but in the morning, it is where you go for the hotel's free breakfast on the 2nd floor. Breakfast included pancakes/waffles, ham, potatoes, cereals, donuts, bear claws, and fruits. All of the staff were friendly. There was someone making character balloons as well. The room was perfect for our family of 4. We had 2 queen beds, a breakfast table, and a stand with a TV. The pool and hot tub were great as well. The front desk staff were very helpful with any questions or to get us extra towels or shampoo/conditioner. We had an excellent stay at Best Western Park Place Inn.

Our stay was awesome everything was walking distance for thr trip pre plained would diffinitly plain again n the future for other family events would also recommend to other family. THANKS AGAIN BEST WESTERN

So yes you are paying for your location which is obviously one of the 3 closest hotels but that's not enough for me to give 5 stars. I'd prob settle with 3.5. The good - location. I only dealt with one staff member at check-in really but she was ABSOLUTELY amazing and I wish I caught her name to give her proper credit. The size of the hotel room is also a major plus. We did have a couch but there was just a lot of breathing room. The size of the fridge is also bigger than most hotel rooms which was great. I'd put breakfast under good. I mean, the hot food was meh and it seemed they only had 2 menus they swapped... never waffles or bacon. But there was pastries and yogurt which is more than I can say for the Hilton I stayed at last November. The negatives - some of these are obv unavoidable in such an old hotel room but still want to point them out. The hotel is so noisy. You hear everything from the outside your room. Thankfully I was on the top cuz I imagine a lower room would be even worse. The beds are literally the worst beds I have ever slept in. The bedding was crap, the pillows horrible and the bed was a brick that was slanted. I woke up every hour or two in pain. The shower is also the worst shower I have ever had. The water pressure is beyond bad. I showered at different times including in the middle of the afternoon one day and it always seemed bad. The room itself seemed clean though, but definitely some minor touch ups that were needed. The coffee pot and microwave are very old. The lighting isn't great - no overhead lighting so dark corners and lamps are super bright so hard one 1 person wants to sleep but no one else does - thankfully I brought a small reading light. I also found the sink on the outside of the bathroom very annoying. Weird to leave a washroom to wash hands and when I wanted to get ready without waking up whole family I couldn't. Another small inconvenience was being in the 2nd building. Didn't seem to have a good path from one building to the next. Def request 1st buidling!

Room was extremely convenient to the theme parks, breakfast was good value. Our group rented four rooms for 7 nights. The rooms were never properly cleaned - I had a ask for coffee supplies to be re-stocked, towels were not automatically replaced. Asked for clean linen, but staff would not make beds (we had to make our own beds). Reason was Covid, but it was obvious that the hotel was using this as an excuse to save money on staff. Rooms were street level, but quiet enough. Nicely appointed. Service within their scope of work (ie. not cleaning rooms) was excellent, including breakfast staff.

The location cannot be beat, but the service has deteriorated drastically since our last stay (pre-covid). This used to be our place to stay if we were not staying on the Disney property. I will hesitate to stay again though. Front desk staff were not helpfully and room cleaning was non existent. We had to ask for towels daily, sometimes they would bring us some and sometimes we had to go get them ourselves.

The rooms were confortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location is the real star here, you cannot get much closer to the park and at the end of the day is is gerat to be so close to the parks.

We had a great stay here. The hotel is clean and quiet. Location is great. The hotel is in walking distance to Disneyland, DCA and Downtown Disney/Grand Californian Hotel. It was easy to go back and forth from this hotel to the parks. Pool is nice. Very nice staff. I would recommend staying here.

We had a three night stay at this hotel. The location is perfection- you literally cross the street and enter the Disney complex. The room was below average for decor and cleanliness, but it was really just a place for us to sleep. Breakfast was served in the adjacent building and was very good. The hotel and breakfast staff were all incredibly nice, which definitely enhanced the stay. The pool is tiny- it looks like someone's backyard pool- but we didn't use it so it was no big deal to us. I would definitely stay here again for the location!

Excellent service--all employees went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Best location to access Disneyland main entrance--immediately across the street! Only mild criticism is the pool area was small and spartan, but that didn't stop the kids:)

I was extremely happy with my stay. The check in process was seamless. I arrived before check in, so the front desk held onto my bags while I started my day at the Parks. Later in the day, I just picked up my keys and bag and went to my room. The room was comfortable, spacious and well appointed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and I slept well. The fridge was in good working order and held all my waters / beverages for my weekend stay. As far as convenience accessing the park, you literally cross the street and you're at Disneyland. Perfect!

Our second stay here. There simply isn't a closer place. You can gat from Tomorrowland to you room in 15 minutes. Nice to go back to the room to have a break from midday heat. Breakfast is good with hot items. Every staff interaction was great.

Great hotel, the room was nothing fancy but it was nice and clean. You cannot beat the location as it is directly across the street from Disneyland. All staff was friendly and helpful. This was our second time staying here and would definitely stay here again.

This was our 3rd Disneyland trip & our first time at this hotel. We loved it!! The best experience we've had so far. Breakfast was wonderful (& included in price). All staff were helpful, kind, courteous, & friendly. Hotel is literally across the street from the main entrance to Disneyland, so it was very convenient. We came back during the day to rest, then returned at night. Microwave & refrigerator helped. Several restaurants located nearby, too. Other guests were quiet. Room size exceeded our expectations (2 adults & 2 teens). I highly recommend this hotel!

My stay is not comfortable. I didn't sleep well cuz air conditioning noisy. Pillows were hard and soft. The only good thing is hotel very close to Disneyland but next time I'll stay in other hotel and take Uber to Disneyland. My sleep us more important to me, with the price I paid I should get a comfortable and nice room but this room is the price of a cheap motel. Maybe the cheap motel is more comfortable. I hope best western will fix this hotel cuz they are very close to Disneyland and the price is not cheap so we should get a comfortable and nice room

One of the best around Disneyland park. Nothing much to complain about here. Some minor stuff like low water pressure but tolerable. Staff are knowledgeable and well trained in customer service. We got a quiet unit which is an excellent choice. I would definitely stay here again if they sustain this kind of service they're providing now.

This place is our absolute favorite - extremely convenient location if going to the Disney parks,l! They have good sized rooms, good rates, and friendly staff. We've never had any issues with the rooms staying here, and we will literally plan our Disney trips around when the hotel has dates open. The convenience to the parks is seriously unreal!

This motel is closer to Disneylands main gate than the Disneyland hotel is.They offer free breakfast and were willing to hold my luggage both before and after check in and checkout. Only Coca cola product available in vending. NO MOUNTAIN DEW!

best hotel to stay at if traveling with kids to go to theme park literally across the street. the breakfast in the am was great for us families like myself on the go yummy options and great stay over all

This hotel is RIGHT across the street from the walkway entrance to Disneyland. Also if you want to go back to your hotel during the day or at night, it is so close! Rooms are nice and pretty spacious. We were in a 2 queen room. It had a lamp, table and 2 chairs, fridge, microwave, desk with a chair and a coffee maker. Big closet. Nice vanity area. Toilet and shower are in one room and the sink/vanity area is outside of that room. Breakfast was included in our stay. The breakfast area is right next door to the hotel. Many good food choices, variety of beverages and condiments. They even had an employee making awesome Disney balloon characters. There are many meal choices near the hotel. Ihop, McDonalds, Cold Stone and various other restaurants. I've been to Disneyland several times and have stayed all over, until I found this hotel. Believe me, after a long day at the park you will be happy you chose this hotel.

Obviously broken items in rooms but yet they still charge a premium because they can. Breakfast consists of reheated frozen food and off-brand cereal. Staff was excellent though. Location and staff were the only highlights, the rest was disappointing based on the price.

You just can't beat this location because it is right across the street from Disneyland and it is one of the only hotels on the strip with a free breakfast. The room is just a normal motel room that smells a bit old and we had some ants in the room, but whatever… we slept and did Disney all day.

Enjoyed how close the hotel was to the parks which made it so easy to rest in the middle of the day and then go back out and it was walking distance to major restaurant chains. We enjoyed their selection for breakfast as well. The only cons I could think of was that our room felt stuffy even with the AC running and we were close to the lobby, so there was a lot of traffic noise. Honestly, once we were asleep, it didn't bother us too much but it is good to know! So if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room away from the lobby.

We stayed here for a trip to Disney Land. At no time, during checkout or after making the reservation, did they tell us that the turn-down service was not being done. They still charge the same amount for the room but do not provide the service, and of course their response is due to Covid they aren't coming into the rooms. We stayed out all day and then got back ready for sleep only to find out they didn't provide the service. Make sure you are aware that they will not come into your room so if that is important to you like it was to us, choose a different hotel. Their breakfast is also not that great, I mean it is nice that they have it but if you have any dietary restrictions, do not count on this breakfast. Location is great but it is a very basic hotel, outside walkways and hardly any water pressure, they look very dated. The only reason why this hotel is still in business is due to location. I had emailed the reservations for this hotel to see if they would talk to me about my issues as the front desk was really no help but no response from them either. I would not stay here again, spend more money and go to a better hotel.

It was amazing the be close to the Disney entrance. If you need accommodations, it's not the place due to their current Covid restrictions. Aside from them not following up with requesting support and talking with a supervisor, it was an okay stay.

So my family takes a mid day break around 1 to get out of the heat and relax while the crowds are Disney are crazy. We have stayed at many hotels in the area and have always been able to park at our hotel and then start our day. Ofcourse the room wouldn't be ready until around 1 but that was fine. This hotel doesn't let you park until 1 and check in until 3. I had no idea or I wouldn't have stayed there. Normally people check out by 11 so there's open parking spaces but I got a flat no when I asked. The rooms were like most I've stayed at. Everything was clean and worked. If you guys don't mind what I didn't like them sure this place is great since it's so close. But if you have kids to drag back to the structure then to the hotel then back to the park it isn't the best. Like I said we will be picking another hotel in the future. We stay at home once and sometimes twice a month. I really wanted to like this place.

My wife and I are both mobility challenged and were concerned about staying in a hotel while we visited Disneyland with our family. Our experience at this hotel in their ADA room (101) was very positive. Additionally we were able to rent electric scooters at this property

PROS: This hotel prides itself on its location, which is GREAT if you're going to Disney. Breakfast buffet and breakfast staff were excellent. CONS: Housekeeping never took out trash despite repeated requests. Had to call to get towels and TP replenished. Bathroom light fixture kept getting stuck, and bathroom fan was loud… sounded like a school bus or semi-truck starting up. Front desk staff could use a refresher course in hospitality, friendliness.

Check in was quick, i asked for the top floor but was given second floor. We got into the room and it smelled lime sewage, we called the front desk and switched to another room. The room is spacious and has a fridge and microwave. The hotel is a far cry from luxurious. This review seems negative but everything gets overlooked because of its location to Disneyland. The location makes staying at this hotel a must. You literally walk off the property, walk through 1 crosswalk and your on the property. You literally can't stay at a closer hotel. The staff are friendly especially the breakfast staff. Having a “free” breakfast is really nice. Overall, we would stay here again, just have to have lowered expectations for the property, but you shouldn't spend much time there, since your there to go to disney.

I think it's safe to assume if you are considering this hotel. It's for a trip to Disney. With that out of the way, the location of the hotel is a 10 out of 10. It's less than a 10 minute walk to the gate of either park. You can't beat the location. The rooms themselves are fine. We didn't spend much time in ours, and I wouldn't recommend them if you plan on spending a lot of time in the hotel vs. the parks. Our room was a little musty, but it cleared up by running the air on high. The reason we'd rate the hotel as low as possible is their deceptive parking policy. If you stay past 3pm on your check out day, it's 75 dollars to park. This is an addition to the 15 dollars per day you already paid to park. The problem I have with this policy is it's not clearly communicated/prominently displayed on the hotels website. It's also not communicated with you when you book. The hotel even emails you to see if you will be planning on parking there, and they don't inform you of the charges then. If they want to price gouge their customers to park (clearly most families are planning on staying in the park past 3 on their checkout day), that's fine. What's unacceptable is not learning of their policy until check in. They should be up front about how parking works. Instead they engage in deception to get you with a lower room rate, and get you with the unplanned exorbitant parking charges

The hotel was great. The location was across the street from Disneyland which is a plus. This afforded us to take breaks during the day and for the kids to rest before returning to the park. The kids loved the outdoor pool which I found to be clean. The breakfast area has ample space and the food was good. Overall, I would stay here again.

This property is in desperate need of upgrading the rooms. The bedding felt dirty and dingy, the floors were definitely dirty, the lighting was horrible, the blow dryer was from the 1980s, and overall it was a pretty grimy motel. I give it one star for location, one star for a pretty decent continental breakfast, and one star because the staffing overall was nice. If it wasn't for the fact it's directly across from the entrance of Disneyland, I would give this hotel property one star rating. If I was not with little ones, I would stay a little bit further down the road at a much nicer hotel for a lot less.

Very convenient to Disneyland entrance, and shopping. Comfortable beds, and lots of coffee in the room! Lots of families around, very safe, and friendly atmosphere. Parked in secure parking lot, and never had to use car again until we left, due to location.

Best western is an excellent hotel. So close to Disneyland, about a 3 minute walk to Disneyland check in and security. The rooms were wonderful. Great beds. Great restaurants nearby. I will always stay at bes western plus park place inn and mini suites

so close to Disneyland, literally right across the street. friendly staff. very clean and quiet. great complimentary breakfast. only downside is the pool is small. they have a small store inside foor snacks and merch.

Would definitely stay here again. After a six hour drive with a one year old, we just wanted to get to the room and rest. We were able to do that with the fast friendly staff that made our check in easy. It was nice to walk into a nice clean room. I would recommend to anyone.

This hotel was very clean. The staff were so friendly, professional and helpful. It was nice to have the free breakfast buffet but also a snack store option with lots of variety. They had good amenities. It is so close to the Disneyland Resort. Great food options nearby.

The room was clean, staff was friendly. The only issue we had was that the dining room for breakfast was jam packed and the line to get food was huge. Also I don't believe someone in a wheelchair would be able to get there, as you had to walk up stairs.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff were kind and helpful. Responded quickly to all requests. Daily housekeeping has still not returned which is needed for a 7 night stay. We had 22 people in our group and the staff took care of all of us. We were so happy with the location and everyone really liked the breakfast. They took care of our needs and would definitely stay there again!

We've stayed here again on our most recent trip to Disneyland. With two todders 2.5 & 4.5 years old, it's the closest hotel you can get. We were easily able to walk back for midday naps and escape the hottest parts of the day. This midday break also meant we didn't need to walk around with portable batteries to charge our cell phone. It's not the nicest or most up-to-date hotel, but the location can't be beat. It's nice that if you do park your car there ($15/day), you can park until 3 pm on the day of check out. We didn't need to, but that was good to know. They actually called us when our two rooms were ready for early check in, which we really appreciated.

Just walk across the street to Disneyland. Even more convenient than Disneyland hotel. Room was clean, but the building was kind of out-dated. Very nice staff (front desk and cleaning staff). Original booking was for 1 king bed + sofa bed. Front desk staff was nice to find us the last 2 beds room to upgrade ($10 more per night). Parking was $15 per night. Need to leave by 3pm on check out day, otherwise pay higher for that day. Parking spots were kind of small, need to drive around to find big enough one to park out SUV. Breakfast was just ok. Good for quick bites before heading to Disneyland, but not great to sit down to enjoy. Swimming pool is kind of small.

Great location for Disneyland. Right across Disney entrance. And good breakfast. Menu seemed to be more expansive during weekend, but kind of reduced during the week days Management seemed impersonal. Pointed out that Coffee machine never worked during our stay, there was not even an apology. Housekeeping left the door open after cleaning one day. Found the door was open after we returned from Disneyland Other than this, stay was good.

If your goal is to spend time at Disneyland and you would like a room that sleeps six at a fair and reasonable price compared to the Disneyland resorts in my view this place is a no-brainer. It's probably a fourth of the cost for my family of six. Disneyland is basically at your doorstep a short 2 to 5 minute walk depending you're walking speed. Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here for two nights, requested accessible room and got it, we also requested a shower chair and that was already in our room before check in, room was clean, staff was friendly, had complementary breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. It is a little pricey but we had best western points we used to help with costs. Location is perfect for DL.

Great hotel if you are going to Disneyland! Breakfast included!! Great size room and the couch was a pullout. Staff was very attentive and delivered everything we needed in a timely fashion. There are also lots of places to eat that are walking distance!

This hotel was located directly across from the park gates. Quick 5 minute walk. Breakfast was great, with both hot and cold foods to choose from. Check in and check out was easy and fast. Laundry room was a bonus. Pool was warm enough to swim in even at night. Will definitely be staying here the next time we go to Disneyland!

We stayed at this Hotel because it was the closest Hotel to the entrance of Disney Theme Parks(Just across the street) and for that fact alone and other reviews we saw online...We were not disappointed! Our room was clean and comfortable with a great breakfast menu in the morning! Also our car was in a secured place...We were SO happy to come back here after a very ;long day of walking! Fell into bed...Disney Dreams!.....

Best location to stay for our Disneyland vacation!!! The staff is friendly. The breakfast had a great selection including hot choices. The room was big, had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfy.

Best place to stay if going to Disneyland. The hotel is closer to the parks than Disney's hotels for 1/3 the cost plus it includes breakfast. Rooms and clean and staff is great. Just across the street from where the buses pick up guest.

The location and breakfast was awesome. Rooms were your normal style rooms, nothing special. They take good care of you there. The parking lot is tiny, so don't bring your truck, or huge SUV or probably expect to get door dings. Other than that, you can't beat it.

Asked for early checkin 3 days ago because coming from Knotts area. Front desk girl seemed confident it would be do-able . They are making us wait here 3 hours until official check in time. When we parked the room was being made up and has not been re entered since. Can see it since we are parked right outside of it. Front desk will not even call to see if done! We travel a lot and stay at Best Western exclusive. Have already stayed at 5 different ones on this check and all honored early checkin for us. We are over 70 snd husband has COPD. This BW has horrible customer ice!

Our tired feet were glad we didn't have to walk any further than this very close hotel! The rooms were clean & comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best hotel meals I've had! Employees are amazing!

Great stay. Nice breakfast. Nice big and clean room. Ice machine on each floor and vending. I walked to CVS which is a half mile away for snacks. Closest hotel to Disneyland so just a minute or two walk to get to security and into the parks. Will stay again. Highly recommend.

We chose this hotel purely for its location to the Disney parks and for that - it can't be faulted. Literally across the road to the entrance so this can't be beaten and the hotel can be forgiven a few of its faults purely due to this! There's an Ihop and other fast food places close by too . If you're going to be out at the parks all day and just coming back to sleep then this will do. The rooms itself are basic but comfortable and clean. Air-con unit was extremely noisy when switched on - luckily we didn't need it much in April. Bathrooms small and tired. We had a problem with The shower in our suite - it wouldn't turn off properly so was running water but even when reported to house keeping - when we returned to our room after being at the park all day - it was still running - not great when water is wasted. We didn't use the pool, but it's very small and only a handful of loungers. We did have the included breakfast one morning which was Ok - staff friendly and usual breakfast items all catered for. Other downside is that daily housekeeping isn't running yet - supposedly due to COVID - but I'm struggling to see why when there are literally no other restrictions elsewhere in the state/Disney parks. We did ask for a light service one day - and they literally delivered more towels (didn't take the current ones) and did nothing else.

Can't beat the location, but the property is definitely riding that coattail. Once they bring back daily housekeeping, this could be a great option for your Disney trip. Be forewarned that the AC is nowhere near consistent.

If you're going to Disneyland and staying off resort, you cannot beat this location. The location is perfect especially with little ones! But must warn not else is remarkable. Most of the staff is unfriendly and breakfast is nothing at all to note. Rooms are okay but not the best kept. This hotel is all about location and essentials. If that is what you're looking for, it works out just fine!

We just got home from a 5 night stay and had a great experience. Hotel is older, but very well kept. Rooms are basic but were very clean and spacious. We need maintenance and housekeeping on 2 separate occasions for small issues and both times they were at our room door to assist us within minutes of me calling the front desk. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. I have nothing but great things to say about every employee that we encountered!!! Everyone was so nice! Breakfast was your standars free hotel breakfast fare, but it was hot amd filled us up. I loved the pre-packaged grab n go section as well. You cant beat the location of this hotel, being right across the street from Disneyland!! Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.

If you want THE hotel right across the street from Disneyland, this is it! Super convenient location, amazing complimentary breakfast offerings — during our stay there was a variety of hot foods like pancakes, waffles, French toast sticks, sausage, eggs. They also had cereal, toast, English muffins, juices, coffee, water dispensers. Was close enough to go hang out at the room in the middle of the day and take a break. Rooms are standard but clean and comfortable. Was our first visit to Disneyland and couldn't have asked for a more convenient place to stay off property. 10/10 recommend!

The location was amazing with only a 5 minute walk to park entrances and Downtown Disney. In addition there were several restaurants to choose from. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions. The breakfast was a good variety of hot breakfast items and packaged to-go items. The rooms were spacious and it was nice to have an extra sitting area with the couch. Overall - if you are looking at this hotel for your Disneyland vacation, book it!

Right in front of Disneyland.. have a lot of food places walking distant from hotel. breakfast is awesome, plenty of hot and cold choices. Had no trouble finding parking. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

After arriving at 2:45 there was an extremely late check-in 6pm the room smelled like mold and old cigarettes. There's no daily room service and you pay an increased rate for less service. They don't offer a 1pm checkout.

The hotel is practical for visiting Disneyland but is a little pricey to stay in. Also they don't change out your towels unless you go to the office and ask for some. The breakfast is good but not amazing.

Hotel location in proximity to Disneyland parks was INCREDIBLE! Couldn't ask for anything closer! Room was clean and comfortable. Two Queen size beds and a sofa pullout, but we didn't utilizes the pull-out were PERFECT for our needs!

Stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate my birthday at the Disneyland Resort. I love that it's walking distance and so comfortable. The pool and hot tub was great! One of my kids had homework to finish and utilized the computers in the lobby (her laptop was acting up), she said everyone was so nice and helpful. The bed and pillows are so comfortable, we all slept great! The included breakfast is always plentiful and so appreciated. I was able to get a room with what should've been a view of fireworks, but the California breezes were to blame for no fireworks =( Maybe next time. This is my go-to place, every time. Parking is $15/ night but again, for me it's totally worth it to just walk across the street. Already have my reservations for our next trip in July.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay at Best Western. The rooms are large and clean, the beds comfortable and the FREE breakfast was the best deal in town. We didn't need to wait for downtown-Disney to open to eat. 6:30 Breakfast and 8:00 hop into the park. The breakfast is wonderful and did I say FREE. Every person we encountered at Best Western could not have been nicer. The servers in the breakfast room went out of their way to be helpful and kind. They were top notch in any restaurant. We loved our entire trip. From Grand kidsto Grandparents we all loved our stay. And the best ever easy walk into the park. Walk out your door and cross the street to The Happiest Place on Earth.

We stayed at the BW Plus in April 2022. The closeness of the park was a major plus for us, right across the street. Our room was very clean and spacious. Check in process was swift and easy. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Our family will definitely be staying here again.

I Never stay any place else at Disneyland! Accommodations are excellent and it is truly right across from the tram entrance to the park. I share with everyone I know that is going to stay in Anaheim to make reservations with Best Western suites.

We stayed here for a week and it was so great. The distance to the park is just amazing. You can't get any closer. The staff are all so kind and accommodating! The free breakfast was yummy. Lots of options for everyone. I also liked the fact you can take the breakfast to go if you're short on time. The rooms are quite large which is a nice surprise. I loved that there was a microwave and fridge. The beds were great. I slept so good. We were on the third floor and I really liked it. It was quiet. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Great proximity to Disneyland. The rooms could use updating, the mattresses were well worn out. Breakfast buffet was average, the pool was “closed for maintenance the 4 days we were there which was a disappointment for my granddaughter.

Do not clean the room at all for 4 days stay with kids. Called reception and did mot responded at all. Want to enjoy stay so away from this hotel. Get better hotel with few steps of walking. My whole family hated the stay.

I was very impressed with all the staff here and especially the front desk staff. The breakfasts were great, with the hot foods hot (they even covered the plate with another plate to keep it that way longer) and great options with other foods too. The location of having Disneyland right across the street was very nice too, especially since we seemed to walk literally for miles in the park each day. I would definitely recommend this location!

Room was clean, towels are fully stocked, room was spacious and the pool was clean and never crowded! We liked everything from the breakfast to the location. It is literally a 2 minute walk to Disneyland!! This is a solid 3 star suite/ hotel, very basic but clean. The price is too high per night because of its location. Minus 1 star for parking, they have very tight parking spaces.

The staff is very nice. The room was excellent. If you have trouble walking, breakfast was up two flights of stairs. They do offer to bring a plate down to you. It's a convenient location to Disneyland and we were happy with our stay.

This facility is great because the staff is great. Check in was delayed due to staffing shortage and understandable. One day of parking was comped. Internet functioned perfectly during our 3 night stay. Ability to rent a scooter at a very reasonable rate was a huge plus for two of our family members. Children and adults enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Will definitely stay here again with absolutely no reservations in doing so.

This is a nice hotel and the location is amazing. The rooms are nicely decorated and appear to be recently updated. The free breakfast is a nice amenity to have. The rooms can get noisy, but I didn't find the noise level to be to problematic. But if you are bothered by hearing people outside your room, just something to be aware of. The location is the main selling point. This hotel is literally across the street from Disneyland. We were in the farthest room from the street and still our walk to and from the parks was super short (about 10 minutes to bag check). If you are going to Disneyland, this hotel is a great option.

This hotel has the nicest, most helpful staff of any place I've stayed. Everyone I encountered really extended themself to me. The rooms are immaculate and have a microwave, huge frig and coffee maker. Just across the street from Disneyland, the location is great! I will be staying there on my next trip!!!

The best place to stay for Disneyland. Free hot breakfast and free wi-fi. The food is always good. You can rent a scooter right in the lobby and it's way cheaper than Disney. Parking is also a great value.

Can't beat the location in proximity to Disneyland. If you map it out, its closer than the Disneyland hotel. Room was nice and spacious. Sometimes loud since there are a lot of kids getting excited for Disney and dragging suitcases down the walkway, but didn't bother us. Love having a free breakfast to save some money- nothing special, but again saves money. There are a couple of restaurants very close which is also a nice benefit. Also appreciated having a fridge and microwave. Staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We stay here whenever we go to Disneyland. The location is great. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It is so close to the park, we love being able to take breaks and go back to the room.

This is my second stay at BW Park Place Inn, and there really is no closer option. While there are quite a few options nearby, when your feet hurt from being in the park all day it is nice to cross the street and be back to your hotel in minutes. It's convenient to grab a sweatshirt or drop off souvenirs or take a quick break. Breakfast is decent, lots of grab and go options as well as hot food and the rooms are clean and spacious enough for a family of 4.

We finally paid more for our stay on one of our Disney trips. We were so excited for the location. The problem is, the location makes you feel like you can go back to your room for rest or a hotel break during your park visit, but you don't really want to since the room is literally just a room. The beds have no bedding other than a sheet and ultra thin blanket. One of our outlets didn't work at the bathroom counter so you had to plug hot appliances into the one right at the sink basin. The bathtub did not drain so we were limited to showers only (or else you had a bathtub full of dirt and slime after the first shower) and showers do not work with small children. Also, the frig froze only - so no milk or water available the next morning. For the hotel review, the breakfast is included but the hot breakfast is not really edible. We stuck with packaged foods from the buffet only. Also, you pay $15 for parking a night and the last day of your visit, you can only park until 3:00. We made the mistake of accidentally exceeding the 3:00 maximum by a short time and were charged $50 right at the gate in order to leave. Not $15, the rate of another night. $50 on the spot, which was more parking fee than the 3 day stay combined. The pool and hot tub area was too small to use. One family at a time basically. The only benefit is the location when walking back from a long day at the park but for the price, I would not stay here again.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Park Place Inn & Mini Suites for our week long trip to Disneyland, DCA and Universal . Our check in day did not go smoothly. Despite us having reservations for two rooms they had no rooms ready when we got there at 4pm for check in. It took over 30 minutes to finally locate rooms for us. When we finally got rooms, the room they ended up giving my parents already had someone in there. Such a security issue. For our troubles they gave my parents a free night and upgraded us to a mini suite. We did not have any issues after that though. The hotel was clean, the free breakfast was good, and the distance to the parks was amazing, 5 minute walk. My only suggestion would be that they should add in room safes, we did not enjoy the lock box system at the front desk.

Please give guests options for parking. If they want to park all day and night. Then simply give them an option to do so. Even if it means an additional charge. This will result in satisfied guests and happy employees. This was not an option and many many many disagreements arose. I love best western franchises !!! Unfortunately this experience was less than satisfactory. :-(

No manager or supervisor was on duty and it was quite obvious!!! Staff was aggressive, unprofessional, disrespectful, parking a huge problem. Very stressful. Staff unwilling to accommodate any concerns or make exceptions for anything. Antoinette was a disgrace to best western franchise.

This is my first choice when visiting Disneyland. Closest hotel to Disneyland (5min walk to security); it's right across the street. Very easy to come back for a break during the day. Inclusive breakfast was excellent. Hot food line moved very quickly. Nice assortment of food (eggs, pancakes, sausage/ham, yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee, etc). Very clean dining area and rooms are very spacious. Enough room for a non stroller and a pack n play.

This hotel was very clean and all staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. It is directly across the street from the entrance to Disneyland, making it very convenient for visit. The breakfast was available very early in the am making it easy to grab a bite on our way to the Park.

We have just returned from our stay in room 202. This place is the very closest to the Disneyland entrance but the front building is extremely noisy. The staff here are great and the room was very clean. We were right outside the stairway and it is quite difficult to get good rest. We should have requested the back building!

This hotel is a great value for the money. It is located directly across from Disneyland which is nice after a long day of walking. We have stayed a few times and the staff is always friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast has a large variety of food to accommodate most people. This is now our go to hotel when visiting Disneyland (which is at least once a month). I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location! Was able to walk back and forth between the hotel and park easily. 5 minute walk at the most! People at the hotel were friendly and welcoming. We had 2 beds and a pull out couch. We all slept comfortably. The rooms are a little dark. We kept the door and blinds open whenever we were taking a break in the room.

The suite was much smaller than I expected and felt very crammed. The location to Disneyland was EXCELLENT! Literally across the street from the main gate. Would stay here again and deal with the room size for that reason alone!

We booked this hotel specifically because of how close it is to the gates. We had a great time in the pool every day, we used the free breakfast every day, and the rooms are clean and have tons of plugs for charging devices. The rooms were quiet, we didn't hear our neighbors unless they were walking outside with roller bags that clickety clacked.

We booked this hotel for 1 night with the intention of going to Disneyland the next day. During the time of booking, we thought if we paid for parking ($15/night) we could leave the car in the hotel's parking lot for the day (as different hotels in the area have let us before). If that were the case, we were ok with paying the premium for the hotel since Disneyland is right across the street. However, when checking in we were told parking was only until 3pm, which meant we had to move the car and pay for parking elsewhere for the day. This nullified the convenience of the hotel's location since we could have paid less for a hotel a few blocks further and drove to the same parking lot we did for our day at Disneyland. We understand that this is was probably somewhere on the website, but we didn't notice this and assumed hotels in this area operate on similar principles...we only found out when we got to check-in. That being said, I'm only making this review since it may help others from making my mistake - it would have been cheaper to stay a bit further for the same experience. There was also the option to pay the hotel to leave the car in their parking lot at a gtfo rate of $25/hr after 3pm.

Family vaycay to disneyland. Very convenient. Breakfast included even with covid restrictions. Short walk to Disneyland. We came back to the hotel everyday for a break in between parks. Definitely worth the stay

Being this close is such as benefit. After walking ten miles in a day, being able to get to your room within five minutes is key. Easy to take breaks. The breakfast bar is great to also get snacks for the day. Loved our stay and fair parking prices.

Overall it was nice enough. Mattress are firm and for me that is uncomfortable. Room was a good size and very clean. The closest you can get to Disneyland, so I would stay again. Overall it met are needs.

Our hotel stay was great. The staff at this hotel is very friendly. The breakfast at this Best Western is convenient and organized. The location is the best. It is right across the street from the Disneyland entrance. The only suggestion I have is that the pool and hot tub need to be a lot warmer to enjoy. We enjoyed our stay so much at the Best Western Plus Park Place Inn. The check in was so fast and we got our room a little early so we could go straight to the park. The AC worked great in the room (Much needed after a long day in the parks). It was so convenient to the entrance of the parks and we felt very safe! There were plenty of towels and everything was clean!

The convenience of the location, and the convenience of the free breakfast, are so worth it. Short walk to both and so much more cheaper than the Disneyland hotels. Clean and the staff there are friendly and very willing to help with anything.

BW Plus Park Place Inn Mini Suites room was clean and the breakfast was enjoyable. The hot breakfast buffet was served by staff. They also had muffins, some assorted fruit, juice, coffee as well as milk. The dining area was kept clean and staff replenished the food often despite being short handed. The rooms were clean and the AC worked well. The trash was taken out daily despite limitations on the housekeeping services due to restrictions. While this hotel was a little higher than our average price range, the short walk from the park's shuttle entrance can't be beat.

This hotel is right outside Disneyland gates. You cannot get closer without staying in the park itself. The room was clean and quite nice. The staff was AMAZING. I wish I had the name of the young lady at the front desk who helped us check in. Outstanding service.

i have been here so many times and these is a great place to stay. rooms are clean and so peaceful to sleep in. staff at the desk is so helpful and great with customer service. they have breakfast in the morning and its good add on before the park. never had any issues and its such a short distant to the park. makes life easy.

Wonderful hotel in the closed, best location possible! I love just crossing the street and we are right there ready to relax! Staff is very nice and courteous. Having a full breakfast makes a big difference for me and my family before heading into Disneyland. They even gave me some snacks for later in the day. The pool and jacuzzi are nice to unwind a bit after a long day.

We stayed here 2 nights. The hotel is clean, convenient to the pedestrian walkway to Disney, and has everything one would need to have a decent night sleep. It was very quiet and we had a room near the street. The staff was so sweet and efficient. The front desk is 24/7 and we called to request a couple of things and it was delivered in lightening speed. We unfortunately had a medical emergency and had to call 911. The front desk called the following morning to check in on us with the utmost compassion and concern. The breakfast was good with plenty of hot and cold options as well as pastries, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, and granola bars. The only thing to keep in mind is there's no parking there before 1pm on the day of your check in because there is literally one space per room available. But, other than that we were very happy with our stay and would stay again and highly recommend.

Had a one-night stay during our Disneyland trip. It is a prime location and everyone working there was so pleasant, in spite of how crazy busy check-in was. I love that complimentary breakfast is available. Having gated parking makes me feel better having my car there. I will definitely be back.

Stayed here for two nights. We got a pretty big room, but anytime a car would pass by or the next door people would turn on the tv, you can hear it clear as day. I can hear the guy next door yelling at his kid whos crying and i can hear the family that passed by that just came back from disneyland. Usually, you would only hear muffled voices if someone is loud, but staying here, you can hear an entire conversation. The only draw to this hotel is nice staff and its accross the street from Disneyland. Otherwise its kinda dirty (grimy) and don't expect to sleep quietly. You can hear people as if they were in your room.

Outstanding customer service, super friendly, great accommodations, delicious hot breakfast! Closer than close to the park! Nice pool and hot tub. Convenient check out. Fun family experience! We stay here every time we go to Disneyland. It's more convenient than one of the three park hotels, especially considering proximity and the free breakfast.

Parks right across.Rooms are nicely decorated. Awesome breakfast room staff. Parking just outside the room. Did not get the request to have a room near the entrance of hotel. Hassle free check in and check out.

Loved that this hotel so close to Disney without staying on Disney property and paying Disney resort high costs. All staff was nice. Parking small. The bathroom is very small for the 2 Queen rooms. Apart from a few ants in thew room, the stay was nice.

Hotel is located directly across the street from Disneyland so it's a very convenient and short walk. Would be great if you could park at the hotel before check in to avoid having to park at Disneyland, pay both fine land and hotel parking and have to deal with the inconvenience of the extra walking. It's a decent hotel, overpriced but that's expected since it's near an amusement park. It was perfect size for our family of 5. We could literally hear the people next to us talking the walls are so thin. Great place to rest your head for a few hours.

I love this place! Super friendly staff, especially Jaime at the front desk. The maids and even the breakfast bar staff were all so nice and welcoming - even had fun nature about them. Super clean and the beds were so comfortable. I dont think I would visit Disneyland if I couldnt stay at this property. Good work, PPI! Love you guys!

We stayed at the Best Western Park Place Inn (BWPPI) during the second week of July 2021 for four nights and found the visit to be just as good as our last visit in 2019 (see our review for that stay as well). In many ways, this review will read pretty much the same as our 2019 review. That is to say, they have managed to stay fairly consistent with their service and quality of the facilities. As many others have pointed out, from the front of the lobby of the hotel to the Disneyland turnstiles, this is THE closest hotel to Disneyland. An exception might be the Grand Californian, but that is a completely different class of hotel and door-to-door distance would vary much depending on where on the Grand California property you're staying. The same can also be said for the Disneyland hotel since guests there can enter the park via the Downtown Disney Monorail station, but keep in mind the Monorail is currently closed due to COVID. And of course, like the Grand Californian, the Disneyland Hotel is a completely different class of hotel from the BWPPI. The front desk was well managed with friendly and attentive staff. Very professional with check-in formalities kept to a minimum. The property was well maintained. We did notice that the gift shop in the lobby wasn't open every time we checked. However, there is a very well stocked convenience store/gift shop called The Cove, in the hotel next door with everything from fresh fruit to wine. Some observations and tips: - Check-in time is at 3:00 PM. We arrived at 2:00 PM on a Sunday afternoon to find the lobby empty and since it was too early for our room to be ready, we went through all the administrative details of checking in and went to have lunch. When we returned at 3:00 PM, there were long lines in the lobby. My suggestion is to arrive maybe a few minutes before 3:00 PM to void the lines but not too early that you can't get your room yet. - All the rooms have a mini-fridge but not all the mini-fridges have a freezer compartment. During our 2019 stay, our fridge had a freezer compartment but this time it did not. If a freezer is important to you, you may want to check that ahead of time with reception. The property does, of course, have an ice machine. - We were very fortunate to have a ground level room where we were able to park our car, literally, right outside our door. This made loading/unloading so much more convenient. In addition, it made for quicker trips to the ice machine, laundry room, and the neighboring convenience store. You may want to consider requesting a ground level room if you're driving in and have a lot of gear to haul. With a toddler in tow, an unwieldy stroller, and a ton of supplies, having your room door only steps from the trunk of your car was a luxury. We stayed in Room #136 (see my attached map). - Due to COVID the included breakfast is currently being served next to the pool. We weren't too crazy about the offerings and whatever “protein” was being offered, such as in the way of a breakfast sandwich, was clearly swept clean within the first few minutes they were put out. - We chose to avoid packed indoor dining settings so on a couple of nights we ordered our meals through Doordash and they were able to deliver right to our room door with no problem. Since the hotel is accessible from the street with a couple of parking spaces “pre-security”, it makes it possible and easy for food deliveries to your room. - It appears they have two types of room size. The larger of the two has a small sitting area with couch and coffee table. The smaller room does not have a sitting area but instead has a small table with two chairs. Ironically, it's the smaller of the two rooms that will allow you to have meals more comfortably since it has a table whereas the larger room only has a coffee table. We had a smaller room this time but found the table useful. On our 2019 trip we hade a larger room and found the sitting area a good spot for laying out our luggage (refer to our older review and photos). - The laundry room is on the ground level and consists of two washers and two dryers. Credit card payment is accepted. - Parking is an additional charge per night. Both entrance and exit are gated and require a paper card key to enter as well as exit. We found there to be plenty of parking despite the reception informing us during booking that parking was very limited that time of year. Per my comment above, this makes it possible to park right outside your room if you're staying on the ground floor. We found the BWPPI to be a great choice, considering proximity and convenience to be one of our priorities. The branding also contributes to a certain level of value and confidence one would come to expect from Best Western.

Rooms were very clean and quiet, convenient to Disneyland is an understatement, so happy with this hotel. Will definitely stay here every visit to Disneyland from now on. Helpful and kind staff too. Beds were comfy after a long day at the park and room was a good size.

We have stayed here before and love it each time! It's clean and literally the closest you can get to the parks (besides Grand Californian). No complaints from us. Shower is hot and beds are super comfy.

We had the best experience at this hotel . The staff was exceptional!! Everyone was friendly helpful and hospitable. The rooms were clean spacious and quiet. We enjoyed the pool area as well. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again. You literally walk out the lobby and are in front of Disneyland, the location is SUPERB!!

Very unsatisfied with our last trip, rooms were not ready to occupied. Front desk were not helpful is information is requested. I am not sure if I will take my family up to this hotel again. I will re evaluate my situation before next year.

While the location is great - if you cannot sleep it is a waste of money. They assured me the mattresses were replaced in 2018 but I stay in a lot of hotels (so have a tolerance for iffy mattresses) and this was the worst bed I've (NOT) slept in during the last 10 years. Look elsewhere!

The staff were all very friendly, and the hotel room was clean. HOWEVER, your car must be out of their parking lot by 3pm on checkout day. This information was not written anywhere until the day we checked in. We paid an extra 100+ per night to stay at this hotel over other hotels specifically because it is right across the street from the Disneyland park, but we still had to drive over and park (for $30) at Disney because we couldn't leave our car at the hotel for the day. The front staff was aware of this as an issue, and suggested I pay to park at a nearby hotel and walk. So frustrating. I understand that their parking is limited, but this policy should be clearly stated before booking. I dropped an extra $260 bucks for no reason because of this misleading advertising. Yes, they are across from the park as stated. No, you can't park there for the day. You should also note that the street is very loud at night because of the location

You already know the location is the best there is. During a recent pandemic stay, I was really impressed with the cleanliness and standards. Housekeeping is not daily right now but they empty the trash and will bring you anything you need like new towels, TP, shampoo. Breakfast was as good as always, there are just a few things less self-serve. If anything, I think their self-serve options might be more expanded. The front desk couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating even witnessing some interactions with frustrated visitors. A+++!

Not much more to say than the title. It's right across from Disneyland, the property is clean inside and out, and they have a full breakfast that they change up a couple items daily. Parking is limited so make sure to reply to their email about whether or not you need a spot.

Great location to Disneyland - cannot be beat. It felt closer than a walk from the Disneyland Hotel. The room we had was renovated and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable! We were able to eat a warm breakfast of sausage, eggs and French toast/waffles or pancakes (depending on the day) - a great way to start a long day at the parks! Only complaint was the noise from the street or other guests passing by - we heard a lot of roller luggage, babies crying, honking and racing cars from the street. To be fair: our room was very close to the street. Would probably be better further back in the parking lot. I say: bring a white noise machine or ear plugs and stay here. It was worth it.

Breakfast was great, service was kind and location was AMAZING- right across the street from the parks! It was obvious they recently renovated as the rooms were clean, modern and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

You can't get any closer to Disneyland than this hotel. It has free breakfast that is actually surprisingly good. Laundry facilities and a swimming pool. Saved money staying here vs a Disney hotel and it's closer walking distance to entrance of the parks!

Great experience, good value. Front desk staff were extremely nice. Rooms were clean. They didn't offer room service, but were prompt in replacing anything we asked for. Literally steps from the Disneyland Resort!

The location is great but there are other hotels within similar distance that are better. The staff was awful. The AC was coming off the wall. We couldn't get towels of all things. We won't be returning

Close is the only convenience. No room service, terrible ventilation and a/c system. Either freezing or swampy. Smelled like mold and mildew. Suite setup was awful. No door to the sink and counter area so it made it difficult not to wake anyone. Decor is outdated and old. Things falling off walls. Overall disappointed that things like NO room service were not said at time of booking. Breakfast wasn't your typical. Lots of prepackaged food because of “covid”

I stayed here to have an easy access to the Disneyland resort. We were celebrating our Anniversary and chose to stay here. The room was spacious and clean. Everything worked out great and we had a very restful night. I would stay here every time, I am in the area.

I wish that I would have know that I would have to pay 25 dollars and hour for every hour that my car was on their property after 3pm the day of check out. I had to move my car morning of to a parking garage. Wasn't aware of this until check in. The room was on the street. Could hear cars and see the street light through the shades.

This motel is right across the street from Disneyland. The check in process was quick and the employees working at the front desk were extremely friendly. Our room was clean and comfy, the beds exceptionally so. It was quiet and we really enjoyed our stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for a great stay close to Disneyland. We did not partake of the breakfast offered. Whenever we needed anything it was immediately brought to our room. I am however, starting to feel hotel industry wide that the maid service really needs to return. The daily maid service is starting to be greatly missed and the nightly prices have increased so the maid service would be expected.

Dirty and dated smelly rooms. One star because of the location and another star because of the free breakfast. I know it's a motel but if you are not picky then this is for you. They said it was recently renovated, I didn't notice it. Can't complain on the location, it's just across Disneyland.

If you are looking for a quick walk to Disneyland this is your best option! Literally across the street from the park entrance and you don't have to pay Disney prices! The front desk staff was fabulous. Only complaint was the noise of the air conditioning unit.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and the rooms have seriously deteriorated. The rooms were filthy. Faucets leaking, black mold, smelled, ac unit struggling to work, ants, dirty walls, dirty floors etc my family and I will not be staying here again. The staff wasn't thrilled about having to move my family to another room after discovering we were exposed to black mold from a massive leak in one of their rooms. Was offered a very small discount. We will be looking for other hotels in the area next time

We love staying at this property mainly because it's right across the street from the main entrance. But the rooms are nice, the staff is very helpful, and they serve a free hearty breakfast with eggs, sausage/ham, croissants etc.

This is my go-to place to stay when visiting Disney. The internet works, the pool area is nice, breakfast is good and the rooms are clean. The proximity to the park is the best, can't get any closer to the park! Highly recommend this Best Western.

BED BUGS found in 5 different rooms here. That's right- they offered us 5 different rooms because each room, bed bugs were found! We fortunately turned down each room and after the 5th room inspection, we requested a full refund & stayed at Disneyland hotel instead. Health department went onsite to 2 of the 5 rooms (because we could not remember the room numbers to the other rooms they walked my sister into, to inspect) and confirmed bed bugs as well. We lost an entire day at Disneyland dealing with them and these rooms, doing laundry since their rooms were disgusting, and properly checking into a different hotel. The General manager Lara Watkins, numerous managers in “customer care” and the CEO's assistant Elizabeth all were of no help. Each pointed fingers at each other and won't take responsibility for expenses as a result. They instead, offered us to stay at their bed bug ridden hotel for free - to make it up to us. No thank you- I don't want a souvenir of bed bugs to take home with me from Disneyland. I highly advise anyone wanting to stay here to not do so! There are plenty of other CLEAN options around here. More so, there are companies and brands that actually care for their customers and their experiences- and would make things right in a situation like this. But not Lara Watkins and this privately owned location. Even after sending her photos & videos, she kept bragging that they were dead bed bugs in the inspection report- not live ones. Excuse me- ANY bugs is disgusting! Do you never clean your beds and rooms? 5 rooms had bed bugs! Thank God we didn't stay here. I only share this to prevent any one else from experiencing this!

We have stayed here at least three times to go to Disneyland and we love the location, you just can't beat it! It's close enough to the park to be able to come back and rest and refresh before dinner, making our park days more enjoyable. Also, it accommodates our family size of 5, 6 and 7 depending on the trip. It's more affordable than the park hotels. The breakfast and amenities are great. Nice pool. Comfortable beds.

I usually don't write reviews but as someone who depends on them I figured I would. For starters, this is a Disney good neighbor motel so you're not paying for a resort type room. This motel is right across the main entrance so that's the big draw there. The room was clean and had everything you will need for a Disney trip. (Comfortable bed, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, and a decent amount of space) The issues we had were customer service. We were told we could park in the lot (subject to availability) early before check in because we were driving over from AZ and going straight into the park and checking into the room later. We called a few weeks before to make sure and then we were told to call when we're close to check on availability. My wife called and someone told her there were a few spots left and that we should be fine. Upon arrival, a lady told me (in a pretty rude way) there's no parking until 1pm. After explaining the situation and letting them know it was your establishment that said we could park earlier, we were able to but it wasn't a good experience. The other issue was the TV did not work. I understand TV may not be important to some, but that's not the point, we paid the full rate of the room and so we expect to get full use. Again, lack of customer service as the only explanation I was offered was the cable company they use was just down. Other than that, it's a solid choice for doing Disney because of location and cleanliness. If not for poor customer service, would have given it 4.5 or even 5 stars.

We had a wonderful stay here during our Disneyland Vacation. It was directly across the street from the Park entrance with made it easy access. And with the full breakfast it was easy the get a good start to the day.

If you're looking for a good neighbour hotel for your Disneyland trip you can't beat this one. When you're walking so much in a day the location is a life saver. Breakfast was fine - possibly limited due to COVID. Comfy enough.

Stayed for 4 nights with 6 of us in a mini suite. Beds were very comfortable. Room needs some updates though. Ceiling drywall cracking, bathroom vent old and makes a horrible noise. Something outside the room makes an annoying noise as well. Really liked the beds....

I was extremely disappointed in this past weekend's stay at this location. We had two rooms with our reservation and the staff failed to inform us ahead of time that room services was not being done. As having a child with special needs and a parent with asthma, this was extremely difficult. We stayed at the location for 3 nights and the trash was not emptied, the beds were not made - the carpets had an awful smell to them as well. The rooms were very dusty when we arrived as well. We spent a lot of money on this stay and felt neglected by the staff and Best Western overall. It's such a shame that this location as has gone downhill. There was no mention of the breakfast area being renovated either. I just called the front desk to speak with Lara as well but she is not in the office right now. Kimberly was helpful, however, there was someone else in the background that had a rude tone of voice because I asked to speak with Lara. Antoinette lacked customer service skills, especially with that tone of voice. Going forward, I will take my business elsewhere - we spent nearly $900 for one room and $831 for the second. The price was already high to begin with but we wanted to give the location another chance because we enjoy visiting the parks. I'll make sure to inform others about the lack of attention at this location and ensure that they spend their hard earn money elsewhere. I'll be calling the location again this afternoon to check if Lara is there as I am going to request that we get reimbursed for at least a night (on both rooms) or more. The staff was also making comments about this in the hallway - they said that many customers were complaining about the lack of attention to the rooms. I'm disappointed in Best Western and will look for another place going forward - such a shame, especially since I am Platinum tiered member.

perfect location, decent amenities! Would recommend staying here but would also recommend bringing ear plugs because walls are paper thin. Through security this location is less than a five minute walk to the front gates of both parks, we did not use our car once while we were here!

Thanks to Tom Bricker from Mickey Blog, I was fortunate enough to know to stay at Best Western Plus Park Place. Best place to stay if visiting Disneyland. The hotel is clean and couldn't be more convenient.

If you are going to Disneyland this is the best place to stay. Rooms are small and not much to write home about but being so close to Disneyland was the absolute best. I don't think I can Disney any other way now that I have experienced staying so close and not having to use the buses.

Such and easy way to access Disney and save money on parking and breakfast. Have been to this hotel several times and they do not disappoint. Park at one in hotel lot, eat lunch at Downtown Disney and go into the either Park. This is GREAT!

We're members of best western rewards. We stayed 6 nights at park place mini suites across from Disneyland 9/5 to 9/11. We didn't get there until 9:00 on Sunday. We have a lot of choices for hotels near there, we usually stay at the grand legacy, but decided to spend $50 more to be closer to the gate and get a mini suite, and rent the scooter right in the lobby. Got charged the mini suite rate even though it wasn't. Stayed 6 nights and paid for 6 nights parking. On Friday we were able to reserve another day at Disneyland, so we attempted by phone to extend our stay another night for Saturday, and were first told that it would be ok, but after I expressed the preference of staying in the same room then you said “wait a minute, we're completely full” even though Booking.com said you had 7 available rooms with 2 queen beds for Saturday. Since you said you were full and wouldn't let us stay in our same room, we figured it wasn't worth the hassle of checking out by 11 and then having to pack the car so we could check in later using booking.com. We phoned to get late checkout on Saturday (a benefit I believe) and we're told they were all gone. In the end only got 30 min. We decided to check out on Saturday and still go to Disneyland, planning to be back by 3:00, but it ended up being 6:00. We knew we would be charged for the parking after 3, but the placard didn't say that would be $25 an hour! We figured it would be maybe $10 an hour. We were charged $75 for 3 hours. There was plenty of parking when we left. We called the office, but were told that the manager was gone and would call the next day. That was 3 days ago. It's the little things that add up. One of the nights on returning from the parks, we witnessed in the lobby, what looked like a party not being allowed to re-enter their room. What I overheard was the client saying “but couldn't it be fixed while we're in the park tomorrow“ and the desk manager saying “All I know is that you can't stay in the room tonight” in an agitated voice. This was at 11:30pm. Also there were obnoxious men with loud PA systems on both sides of the street threatening fire and brimstone to Disneyland comers in the morning and goers at night. Now we would have been subjected to this abuse no matter what hotel we stayed at, but it was right in front of your hotel and could be heard whenever they were preaching. So that, and all the rest will make us think twice about staying with you again. We bought magic keys, so we will be visiting Disneyland several more times this year.

I was talked down to by staff when I asked for our room at 3pm. When told our room was guaranteed at 3pm. Manager actually talked down to me. My friends sitting on couch heard the whole thing and couldn't believe how she talked to me. Only giving the location a 5 because of it being close to Disneyland. There was hair in the shower and AC was noisy.

This hotel was perfect for our family's visit to Disneyland. It's right across the street, probably a shorter walk that to the Disney parking lots. The breakfast gave us each a great start to our day. We rented a suite and were very comfortable. It is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Positives- Location right across from Disneyland entrance. Definitely the closest hotel to the park. Staff were pleasant and we had no problem getting an immediate response when we had a problem or needed additional items. Enjoyed the fireworks from Disneyland. Parking was tight but convenient. It is not an exciting room. We had a mini suite with two queens and a sofa bed. Frankly for the time we spent in the room it was fine. We had no view other than a wall. Beds were comfortable. Shower was ok. Negatives- The room is not quiet. The air conditioning runs all night. I am a white noise person so it actually worked for me. When people try to get in the room next door to you it feels like they are coming into your room. Carts do roll. However it was the morning scream of excitement of a child every morning that woke us up. In addition there are religious zealots who use megaphones early in the morning and evening that are very loud. They stand very near the hotel. Frankly once again the noise started about 7 and that was about the time we wanted to get up. Suggestions. 5 days with no room service. It would have been helpful to provide more than 3 towels initially, as well as coffee, and bedding for the couch. Items were brought quickly but kind of got tired asking. Also large trash bags and bags to put wet towels would have been helpful. Would we stay there again? For location yes.

Mostly friendly staff (just one member of front desk staff is a little grumpy...everyone else exceeded exlectations). Had an issue with shower which was handled promptly & staff member was great. Rooms are nice, clean & feel newer compared to most hotels in this area we have stayed at. Breakfast was sufficient & offered in new, clean & well laid out dining area. Everything you need & the walking distance can't be beat unless you stay at Grand Californian ;)

The reason you pay so much for this hotel is because of the location. For the money they charge the amenities and rooms should be much nicer. The toilet seat was child size, the carpet felt a bit grungy and the beds were very lumpy. However, pillows were great! There was some drilling & hammering going on that sounded like they were coming through our wall so taking a mid afternoon nap on a very hot day wasn't easy. Staff was friendly. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.

You can't get a better hotel room than one that offers a free hot breakfast and is literally a 5 minute walk from the gates of Disneyland. It was nice not to have to park in a distant parking lot and then take a bus to the park. Easy Peasy

I wanted to acknowledge the outstanding young woman at the front desk on Sept 6th around 4pm, I forgot her name. She was being unnecessarily berated by an older couple. She remained calm and redirected appropriately, offering solutions. The couple was unreasonable. The staff at this location impressed me for their ability to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly. And the location is perfect and the place clean and comfortable.

Perfect for our family Disney trip!!! It was right across the street from the Disneyland entrance. Typical hotel amenities, very friendly staff, clean, good breakfast choices that are easy to take on the go, great price overall and within walking distance to diners and small shops too. Highly recommend.

The rooms have been partially upgraded recently and are nicer looking - bathrooms and air conditioners appear the same. We decided we did not need four nights and called the day before to confirm the process. I was told I did not need to release the room because if I changed my mind, I risked the room being sold. I repeated back to the woman on the phone that I could let them know by 11:00 next day and be refunded. I did call the next morning , before 11:00 , that we would be checking out. I went down to front desk to tell them I was checking out/ settle bill and was told, “ you already called to tell us, you do not need to also come to the front desk, it's all handled “. We left the car parked for a few hours ,as they allow this and we pay for the parking. I realized I was not given a receipt and decided to return for a final bill ( I was not given earlier ) before driving away. The manager (?) who was called over treated me like I was a liar and spoke to me in a derogatory tone. I explained I had called AND came down to check out ( prior to 11) and was told it was already handled ( as I had called ) . She continued to escalate instead of apologizing ( if the staff had made a mistake ) …I reminded her of the situation and she replied, “ yah, that was me but I see 100 people a day and can't be expected to remember “ .( and not in a nice tone ) I was totally alarmed at how I was being treated after doing more than a guest is required to do ….CALL, then CALL again, then GO to front desk to check out. I have NO idea what could have been done differently on my end…but mistreating a guest who did NOTHING wrong was highly unprofessional and uncalled for. I was embarrassed in front of entire staff who did not speak up for me and tell the truth. We're they afraid she would yell at them ? I truly do not know….but they stood by and said NOTHING even though they were there just a few hours prior . If the staff saw on the computer I called to check out…why did she not see it ? Is this a scam ? What on earth !? My blood pressure did not return to normal for an hour…. I am still shocked as to how this was handled. This was my birthday trip…. it didn't end well through no fault of my own.

Absolutely wonderful visit. Staff very nice and helpful. Cleanliness, availability to amenities and pool all great. Room had great AC that worked great, tv fridge microwave all nice. Would highly recommend this place!

Love this hotel and it's proximity to the parks. Our room (king bed) room 105 was super clean. AC worked great. Parking can be tight for larger vehicles FYI! Does have scooters that can be rented on site (or at least I believe so). Pool is basic. Breakfast during covid is simple - powdered eggs or hard boiled (pre packaged) sausage patties and salted/peppered potatoes (seasoning is strong) does have other quick items like granola bars, Cheerios / fruit loops, cartons of milk and Orange juice as well as muffins and pantries. Breakfast at the moment does require stairs however they have complied with ada regulations with persons who cannot do stairs order via a form.

The distance from Disneylands front gate is closer than if you stay at the Disneyland Hotel. The pool is a great distraction for an afternoon break from the parks. Plus it's a Best Western property so you know you're getting a clean room in good repair.

This is a nice hotel across the street from the main entrance to Disneyland. The rooms were nice and clean our particular room Could accommodate six adults. The breakfast could've been better it was basically a continental breakfast.

We were very happy with the location and the staff. It's a Best Western, not a luxury hotel, the room was exactly as expected. I do think it's important to note however that due to a major housekeeping shortage (as we were told) we had to wait almost 90 minutes pst check in for our room to be ready. In sitting in the lobby and observing check in, at least 50% of people were told their room wasn't ready. Traveling with children, having gotten up very early and flying all day, this was a crummy way to start vacation! While we definitely understand that Covid has impacted nearly all businesses in terms of staffing, no attempt was made to rectify the situation. This was not the fault of the front desk staff, they were all polite and very overworked! However management should have a plan in place to offer something in return for such a late check in. I don't assume we would have been given the same latitude in terms of our checkout time. Be prepared to wait for your room!

Staying as close as you can to the park without the cost of a Disney property. Its a Little less magic, but nothing beats a short walk to the hotel after a long day at the parks for a third of the price.

this is the second time we have stayed here and love it. Just walk outside and you are across the street from Downtown Disney. Places to eat close by if you don't want to eat at Downtown Disney. Room was clean and staff friendly.

Stayed here during a short Disneyland trip. Obviously the best part is the location. Three minutes from Disneyland gate to crosswalk across from the hotel. I never had the breakfast but drove by it when I was leaving and it looked a bit paltry. Pool is open, ground floor rooms hear the people above, unfortunately there's nothing that can be done about that. Walking distance to a McDonald's and a Panera. Room was spacious but the bathroom was tiny. Pretty decent sized refrigerator for a hotel. We're staying again in a few weeks in one of the mini suites so we'll see how the size difference is compared to a standard double room (two double beds). Parking is $15 per day and you're limited to one car per room. There weren't any USB ports in the room so bring your plugs! I will definitely stay here again.

Offered grab and go breakfast with limited items unless you got there first. One day milk was sour another day no milk. They did have lots of bananas. Asked to have extra towels and garbage cans done daily since I paid more for this room than any others on the strip, I was told nobody else makes your bed, so they were not going to either. COVID seems to be the blame, but they can change beds when you leave after a guy goes in and sprays entire room in 20 seconds (that sprayer must be supercharged, wish I had it for my garden). I could go on but why? At this time I would not stay there again, this is at least our 15 TH stay with is property, the location is perfect right across from Disneyland.

Location, location, location. This was a clean and comfortable place to stay very close to the parks. We had a mini suite for our family of 5 and had everything we needed. The room was a good size and the refrigerator was larger than we anticipated so we had room for a few groceries, water and pop. The grab and go breakfast had a lot of handy options and was very convenient to just grab before we headed to the parks. The pool was nothing special but great for a dip to cool off in the afternoon. Staff were very attentive and came promptly when we requested extra towels, etc... Across the driveway there is a little convenience store which was handy as the hotel gift shop is not open at present. We usually stay at Paradise Pier as we enjoy staying on Disney property but with the current very high prices, we were happy with our choice.

After 2020 the family had low expectations for this trip. Everything was exceeded by 100%. The hotel was excellent in all ways. Location is fantastic after a long day at Disney. If we can't save enough to stay at the Grand Californian Hotel, on the bucket list, we will definitely stay hear again.

We always stay here when we visit the parks, just outside the gates, next to ihop, and a small store, need I say more? The staff is super friendly and helpful. All of our needs were met. The room is nice, comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of room to get ready in the morning with nice mirrors and a fridge and microwave. Just perfect!

We found underwear from the previous guest on the floor in our room GROSS, the room clearly had a mold and mildew problem we could smell it and the room and mold flies it was bad. Yes they offered to move us but to a totally different building and a totally different type of room and we were traveling with teenagers who were 3 doors down and we want to be close to we stayed and felt with the problems, air conditioning didn't work well it didn't get cold! Overall we stay her almost every time we go to Disneyland but will not be staying there again which is a bummer because it's a perfect location!

This hotel is located in the most convenient spot ever to get to Disneyland and California Adventure! The hotel staff is very service-oriented, friendly and kind. They even figured out a way to offer a great solution for breakfast during covid.

Due to health issues with one of our teens, this trip to Disneyland needed to be a trip of convenience. BW Park Place fit the bill PERFECTLY! We usually stay at a Marriott down the street & have about a 30-40 minute walk to the park, but this time, we were steps away from the crosswalk & just a few minutes from DL security. While this may not seem like a big deal upon park opening--it's a LIFESAVER at the end of the day when everyone is exhausted! Also close enough that you can leave the park at anytime to rest or eat and head back later without feeling like you're wasting time. We had 2 Queen beds and sofa sleeper in each room. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Internet was spotty at times--but didn't keep us from getting highly coveted boarding passes for Rise of the Resistance at 7am! Due to COVID, grab n' go breakfast was available and super impressive IMO--variety of beverages available as well as variety of packaged breakfast items from hard boiled eggs, croissants, muffins, yogurt, fruit, and warm breakfast sandwiches! Even my teens were thrilled with the options! Staff was amazing at serving and keeping items stocked to ensure you could grab what you needed quickly to start your day! If you are driving, note that parking is $15 a day and limited to one vehicle per room due to space limitations on their lot. You will receive a parking tag for your vehicle that I believe starts at 1pm on the day of your check-in and ends at 3pm on the day of your check-out. Very reasonable considering the volume of people coming in & out everyday. Due to some housekeeping issues (due to COVID staffing) our original rooms weren't quite ready at check-in, but front desk staff went out of their way to coordinate new rooms to help reduce our wait time and ensure our satisfaction. Bottom line: the staff is amazing (shout out to MATT at the front desk), the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, the grab n go variety option breakfast is FREE and delicious, you're only minutes from DL AND you can watch nightly fireworks from the front of the hotel with no crowds!! BW Plus Park Place Inn Mini Suites checked ALL my boxes! This will be our new preferred place to stay when visiting Disney!

Aside from the location of this hotel, there is nothing about it that makes it worth the money. The bed was uncomfortable, the fridge didn't work properly, the pool was less than inviting even in the immense heat. I won't stay here again.

My favorite place to stay when visiting, always great service, clean, comfortable, good breakfast set up, even during Covid-19. A little expensive, but worth it. You are as close as it gets to the main entrance to the park.

The hotel is across the street from Disneyland main entrance. When it was too hot in the afternoon, we came back for a nap. Due to COVID-19, hotel doesn't offer housekeeping during your stay. There is free breakfast every morning, and you may bring breakfast back to your room. Hotel has limited parking, so make sure you reserve a parking spot once you make reservation.

We loved this hotel: 5 minutes walk from Disneyland, various food options immediately nearby (like IHOP), a clean and modernized pool and hot tub area, spacious rooms, and reasonable parking fees. They served a "grab n' go" breakfast when we visited (July 2021), but it was the most substantial grab n' go breakfast I've experienced. If we return to Disneyland again, we will stay here again without question.

Literally across the cross walk from Disneyland. Clean, safe with security. Pool, spa, grab and go breakfast. The regular breakfast was not available because of Covid. Parking is so limited that they email you to ask if you need parking when you come. Beware of that, and they charge for parking. My preferred hotel down the street doesn't charge for parking, so this was not something I was used to.

This is now my top 2 hotels to stay at across from Disneyland. The quality, comfort, & convenience all exceeded my expectations. We had a family of 6 (4 adults & 2 kids). There was plenty of space and beds were comfortable. Would recommend!

This is the closest motel to Disneyland entrance just go across the crosswalk and your in.. parking is very tight here and warning only one car per room you will need your parking pass to get in or out the gates.. the room was very clean we had 2 queens beds and a sofa couch. All very comfortable ..TV was nice size with HBO CNN fox news Disney Channel's and some On Demand stations. Including Disney & HBO.. nice size mini frigerator and small microwave. The free breakfast was a little bit of a letdown the only thing I could really complain about. Some small juice some muffins and 2 hard broiled eggs in a bag.. some granola bars small water and coffee.. if you ask the lady pouring the coffee there's a little frigerator that they keep some breakfast sandwiches in.. Jimmy Dean's eggs and sausage patty in a bag to heat up in your room.. you can see the fireworks show if you go to the third floor that faces the east side.. for me the pool was too cold to get in and many others.. but the jacuzzi was very nice.. the staff was very friendly and helpful.. the outside upkeep was very very clean and groomed..

This place is across the street from Disneyland, making it very easy to take a break in the middle of the day. The kids enjoyed using the pool. Bathroom needs updating. AC was loud, making it hard to sleep. Due to COVID, grab and go breakfast was offered. Overall, we had a good experience and would stay there again next time we go to Disneyland.

It is very near to Disneyland that you can walk back to hotel for lunch and nap during the hottest time of the day and come back for more at around 5 pm to closing. Pedestrian crossing to park is just in front of the hotel.

This hotel was the perfect location for our trip to Disneyland. We woke up, had free breakfast, then walked across the street to Disneyland. The woke home was short too! The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. We'll definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect spot to stay for enjoying a few days in Disneyland. Very friendly staff, and very clean. Also, surprisingly quite considering all the families coming and going to the Park. Comfortable beds, and pleasant pool/hot tub. The also provide a worthy "grab & go" breakfast buffet which you can take back to your room, or pack into the Park.

I loved how conveniently close this hotel was to Disneyland ! The staff is friendly it was quiet and the check-in and check- out process was smooth and there were no issues. I will definitely come back

While it's an older building, the room was clean with nice bedding and bed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and were lucky to have a room with a big window facing the Disneyland entrance. The grab and go breakfast setup was nice to take to the park entrance line and snack on during the day - yogurt, cereal, coffee, pastries, orange juice, bottled water, oat bars, etc. Parking is only $15 if you don't mind leaving by 3 pm. And walking right across the street to the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure is amazing - shortest walk to the park, especially while the Disney trams are down.

Our usual place to stay near DL was not yet back in business (due to COVID and a refurb), so we decided to try a spot across the street from the DL entrance. This place had decent reviews and the price was acceptable (but felt high, based on our other experiences in the past few years). The destination/location is great. Can't get any closer to the entrance, so that was awesome. The room itself was fine; nothing too special. Everything worked, it was clean, beds were decent, room staff good, etc. The breakfast was outside and had a number of choices. It was probably better pre-COVID but this was okay. My main complaint is against their HORRIBLE parking policies and charges. I did read that they charged for parking, but it's worse than that. So if you are considering this place, be aware that you'll pay $15/night for parking, when there are a ton of other hotels in the area give free parking. Second, you MUST move your car by 3pm on your departure day, and this is the worst policy. Most other DL hotels allow you to leave your car until you leave the park. Not this one. And they made it super clear upon check in that I had no option but to move it. I couldn't buy another night or anything. So, on our departure day, we have to move the car to the DL parking structure, at $25. Now we're up to $55 in parking fees for two days, AND we had the hassle of needing to move our car on the last day. This is TERRIBLE and BW should be ashamed for such a policy. Although we liked the hotel and location, we will not be back. It's expensive enough to go to DL frequently, but to pay all these extra costs for a hotel that makes you move your car by 3pm, well, it's just not worth it. We're going back to other hotels in the area where they don't have this restrictive policy.

Literally across the street and closest off-site hotel, getting to Disney was a breeze. We walked to Downtown Disney the night we arrive and just walked across the street in the morning for rope drop. As another review mentioned, you can only leave your car parked in the lot until 3 pm day of checkout. I liked not having to worry with getting into parking garage first thing in the morning. We walked across in the morning and then when it was time to change parks, we went and moved the car. Breezed right in for parking. Hotel itself was ok. Price seemed a bit high to me, but I'm sure the location and convenience to Disney is a large portion of the rate. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is provided, but still grab and go. Only downside, I request to be away from the elevators and vending machines…our room was directly across from the ice/vending machines.

Only get to park until 3- DON'T stay here if you're driving home after visiting Disneyland! We booked this hotel to try to make our Disney stay more convenient. Well, that didn't work out. We arrived the evening before our stay thinking we could walk over to the park in the morning and drive home after. Unfortunately, they won't allow us to keep our car in the lot while we're at the park. We have to move it by 3:00. So I guess tomorrow we have to take a break in the middle of our Disney day to move our car. So sad and disappointed. If I had known that we would have just woken up early and parked in the parking structure. Hotel is fine- nothing great but seems clean and is very close to the park entrance. Front desk said pool is open but we haven't used it. Would be fine if you are staying the night after visiting the park. I do not recommend staying here if you're driving home after though.

We stayed here for three nights during our visits to Disneyland. Comfortable bed. Good WiFi connection. The shower and toilet were old but worked fine. Due to COVID-19 there was no regular housekeeping service but whenever we needed new towels or toiletries they were promptly delivered. The breakfast served by the pool which included packaged sandwiches, cereal, pastries, yogurt, milk, fruit, coffee, etc. Overall, it was a good place for us to stay. We will come back again.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Hotel is conveniently located right across from the Disneyland entrance making getting to/from the park a breeze. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious. It can be a little noisy in the morning since you are by Harbor Blvd but if your main focus is going to the parks, you can't beat the convenience of this location! I would stay here again for that reason alone!

This hotel is the closest to Disneyland. Literally across the street on Harbor. We enjoyed a clean lobby, elevator, and rooms. Parking is a bit limited, but they asked if we had a car ahead of time. We did, and had no trouble parking. But maybe once things get really busy, it may be harder. The room was nice and microwave and mini fridge was nice also.

The room was ok for sleeping and can't beat the location. First time without a stroller and my daughter was able to walk to the hotel and the park no problem. For us the AC was so noisy you couldn't hear anything but the AC unit. My husband slept with ear plugs. It also left the room wet, like the carpet. The bathroom was also really small. I couldn't have both girls brush there teeth at the same time. It was ok but I think I'd try someplace else next time.

Nasty, smelly, musty rooms, they can't even stock you extra toilet paper and towels, rude and noisy neighbors and when you call to complain the hotel does nothing. Specifically, Hannah, an employee, was beyond rude and snarky acting like we should pack up after a long day in the park and move rooms if we didn't like it. Move the noisy rude people. When you ask for a manager, they claim they are any until the middle of the following week. Really? Also, had neighbors coughing all night like they had Covid and hotel doesn't care. Good luck if you stay here!

Our family went to Disneyland parks to enjoy the limited capacity after they reopened and chose this hotel for the proximity. It's right across the street and was very convenient. Front desk staff very courteous and helpful. We stayed in a larger suite which was clean-the refrigerator was a little loud but not an issue since it gave us some white noise during the night- air conditioner worked well- there is no housekeeping services in the room during the stay but that was fine they were prompt at giving us towels and other items that we requested. There is no hot meal service for breakfast unfortunately, but there's a grab and go breakfast. Highly recommend for the Value and proximity to the park can't be beat. Parking is available for a small daily fee which is the standard in this area.

They did not honor our room request. They were rude at check in. No WiFi code or breakfast info was given. Pool use was not allowed. Price is the same despite lack of amenities. Terrible customer service.

The room was clean and we were provided great service. It wasn't a fancy/luxury hotel but the beds were comfortable. The pull out sofa bed was the only uncomfortable bed. The staff was great and they even let us stay parked after check out until Disney closed. We are sooooo thankful for that!!!

I travel several times throughout the year and typically stay at Best Western properties because their rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfasts are good, and the overall value is usually excellent. Some Best Western properties are even (far) nicer than more expensive, full service hotels. Although this particular BW was decent overall, (except for the beds, which in our opinion were uncomfortable), there was nothing remarkable about the property, (other than it's proximity to Disneyland), and the cost was much more than I would have expected from a comparable motel. Parking was also at a premium.

We stayed here over night before going to Disneyland. Every time our neighbors turned on the water it made a horrible loud noise (like TV static but loud!). My 6 year old kept getting woken up all night. I tried to sleep with a pillow over my head. Our very expensive trip to Disneyland was pretty much ruined by the fact that none of us slept. Try going to Disneyland with a sleep deprived 6yo! The breakfast was not as good as other hotels during COVID. There was a lot of hall noise coming in the room but I find this to be true with a lot of the neighboring Disney hotels. Staff was super friendly thought.

This location is perfect for guests going to the disneyland resort, it's within walking distance. The staff is super friendly, rooms are up to date and super comfortable. Free breakfast, what more could you ask for.

For a stress-free experience stay here! Especially with those with strollers. No need to run to catch tram or shuttle and break down stroller. And take out sleeping child. This hotel is literally across the street from Disneyland archway entrance. Dining is close by. Yes, Even McDonald's! For our choosy little ones.Happy kids! Happy Parents! Even grand parents with disability would enjoy this location. No need to have them walk to the park to order wheelchair. You can call hotel and get the phone number to order wheelchair in advance. There is a fee for wheelchair. Wheelchair will be in the lobby. Ready to take to room. Now everyone is Happy and set for a Magical Time!

We had a great stay, with the location ideal for Disneyland Resort. They checked us in quick. We got a room with a parking spot right by our door. This was much apricated as I'm 7 months pregnant and the more efficient with my walking the better. Our only complaint is the air conditioner made odd sounds when not fan was not running.

I have 2 stars for the staff. They were friendly, check in and check out was a breeze however the room made me cringe. The fridge were not wiped clean, I was putting water bottles and saw old food Mark's on the inside of the fridge. Thankgoodness I always pack my own bathroom necessities whenever I travel, when I moved the ones from the room, some of the soap, lotions and shampoos were used. You would think with the pandemic going on, they will clean the room thoroughly. I always want to stay here when we visit Disneyland but they were always fully booked. This time we were able to snatch a room but it was disappointing. I will not go back. There are a lot other places to stay across from Disneyland that's much nicer and cleaner and more affordable.

I love the convenience of this hotel. It's so nice to be right across the street from Disney. The rooms were taped after cleaning so you know once it's cleaned, you are the only family to enter the room. Maid service was not offered during our stay, due to covid, but any extra amenities needed were just a call away. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. Our family attended for A Touch of Disney and from the looks of it we were one of five families on the property. Totally worth the price!!

We stayed at the Best Western Park Place Inn & Mini Suites, last year for four nights for a trip to Disneyland. We looked at a number of “front gate” hotels on the same street, both in terms of price, value, and reviews. We ultimately chose this hotel for the following reasons: - Location: This hotel is literally across the street from the entrance to Disneyland (although the crosswalk for Harbor Blvd is not quite in front of the hotel proper). It is THE closest hotel to the front gate of Disneyland. Just view it in Google maps, you will see that the front door of this hotel is the closest to the crosswalk to get to Disneyland. - Branding: Although Best Western hotels are all independently owned and operated, the Best Western branding does afford a certain level of value and standard that the chain has come to be known for and peace of mind that that comes with. - Large Rooms: Because this hotel offers “mini suite” rooms, the room is a bit large than a standard room, with a “sitting area/living space” that is useful for us to layout luggage and park our stroller. As mentioned, Best Western hotels are all independently owned and operated and as such you will encounter a wide variety of hotel type and styles. However, having stayed in many Best Westerns over the years, we've come to recognize that the branding does translate to a very good level of service, quality, and value. The last part I emphasize, especially with regards to the hotels located on Harbor Blvd., across the street from the Disneyland main entrance, because the prices are very competitive to begin with. This is a three story hotel, all exterior corridors. Parking is available (daily fee is $10 for parking). There is also a small swimming pool and jacuzzi. Here is a list of all the highlights and helpful information: - The lobby is spacious and welcoming and staff are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of room to wait with your luggage whether you are checking in or checking out. There is also small store in the lobby selling souvenirs, snack foods, drinks (no alcoholic beverages), and various sundries. - Rooms are vary spacious (the mini suite option) and look updated. No fancy fixtures or finishes, but everything is in good working order and comfortable enough. We particularly appreciate the large mini-fridge which has a freezer compartment. This allowed us to freeze our water bottles to use as ice throughout the hot day at Disneyland as Disneyland security does not allow you to bring ice cubes into the park. I do not believe all the rooms have a freezer quipped refrigerator you may want to double check with the front desk before booking or specifically request such a room. - The beds are very high off the floor. A bit too high for our comfort and convenience. - There are plenty of channels on the TV including HBO on demand. - Instead of typical light blocking curtains typically found hotel rooms, this hotel uses faux wood shutters. We found that this blocked light too but not nearly as well as curtains as light still comes through the cracks of the shutters. - Most rooms face either North or South. North facing rooms have no view other than the concrete wall of the neighboring hotel (Tropicana Inn) which is also three stories in height. South facing rooms have more of a view, overlooking the parking lot and the parking lot of the neighboring hotel (Park View Inn). - The air conditioning is very cold but a bit loud. Plus, it's constantly turning on and off. It seems maybe the thermostat is a bit sensitive. - The coffee maker is a single cup coffee maker with included tea and coffee “pouches.” We are finding more and more hotels use either this or in the case of fancier hotels, k-cup type machines. Gone are the days of an actual drip coffee maker with carafe. Beware as this limits how much hot water you can use (which in our experience doesn't come out very hot at all). - In typical Best Western standard, included disposal drinking cups and coffee cups are all individually wrapped. This is probably a much underappreciated amenity. We value the ability to take these cups on the go and out about in the park for sharing drinks and so on. - Ample USB ports at bedside and at the desk. - Coin operated laundry facilities are located on the first floor. However, per the guest service binder in the room, the hotel also has laundry service. We did not use this service and don't know if it is provided by the hotel itself or if it is done through a third party. - There are vending machines on every floor but the machines on the ground floor (in front of the pool) also sell toiletries. - Breakfast is included but is served on the second level of the Captain Kidd's Buffet immediately next door. Be advised that Captain Kidd's does not have an elevator so you will need to leave your strollers either back in your hotel room or on the first level of the restaurant. The dining area can get very crowded. The food items are plentiful but not of particularly high quality. Also want to mention (and this is for the entire area in general) that the tap water is very hard. Hard water means that soap doesn't produce as much suds as soft water and the water (whether you are using it to bathe, wash clothes, etc.) tends to leave a soap scum behind. Coming from a place with soft water (the San Francisco Bay Area), this took some getting used to. There are decent food and mini mart options nearby. The mini mart in the neighboring hotel (Tropicana Inn) is very well stocked. We even found fresh fruit and wine there. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to stay near the park.

This was the BEST thing I have done when making reservations, the hotel is literally in front of the entrance to Disney, you can't get any closer then that. The room was nice and roomy, we did have 2 queen beds and a sofa, with plenty of room for a crib and the stroller, plus all the stuff laying around. It also had a small microwave, small fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was small, but really, you are only there for a bit, so it didn't bother us. The free breakfast next door was ok, I mean, nothing out of this world, but it was free, sooo. The only thing i didn't like was that the laundry room was getting repaired and we were unable to use it, which we really needed after several days of being on the road. I will be staying again in the future when we are able to return to Disney.

Completely forgot to finish my review. We stayed here just before they and Disneyland closed. This hotel was fantastic. We had a party of 5. We felt the room was large enough for all of us. The hotel is literally across the street from the entry point for Disneyland. I have been to Disney World many times, and I cannot say how nice it was to not have to wait on a bus to get back to my hotel. Even when we were tired, we felt the walk was not that bad. The breakfast in the morning is good and has a lot of seating. Only suggestion would be less pepper on the potatoes. We ate there every morning and it was always the same. Front desk was always helpful and friendly. Whether check in or check out and even when one of our group forgot their card and she went to the front desk and after questioning things to be sure she was supposed to be in the room, they got her into our room. Parking was easy and nice. The lot can definitely fill up, so not sure what happens if all of the spaces are gone, but with the time we were there, we were ok. I will definitely be back to Disneyland and can say that this hotel will be the first I look to.

We loved this Best Western! 3 of us adults and 1 child stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Disneyland. The room was great for us! The pull out couch plus 2 queen beds was just right. The walk to Disneyland is so short and even closer than a few of the on property hotels. Staff were friendly and super willing to help us store our luggage so we could get extra hours at Disneyland after checking out. I really liked the shutters in the windows in the room so you could really block out light from the outside. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Disney.

Great Dland stay right outside gate. Nice breakfast and very clean. Nice rooms and very nice staff. Not sure why anyone would stay anywhere else or pay more when visiting Dland. Parking is easy and the pool is enclosed from elements.

This hotel is our go to spot when we go to Disneyland. Its right across the street. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean. It accommodates my family of 5 easily in one room with lots of space. We will definitely be staying there again.

This is your typical Best Western, which I really enjoy! They offer a great continental breakfast and the location is literally the best of all the hotels other then the Grand Californian. There is a decent pool and jacuzzi so you can take breaks during the day. I literally can't say enough about the awesome location of this hotel to Disney!

Best value best location best breakfast. Best Best Western ever!! I will always stay here whenever I go to Disneyland. Clean rooms, quick check in and check out and literally a 2 minute walk to the front of Disneyland. Great when you want to maximize your time and get in early to get those Star Wars fast passes.

Not fancy, clean, great breakfast, and across the street from Disneyland. Literally across the street. This is the closest hotel to the parks. We had sixteen people with two adjoining rooms which added even more fun to our vacation. The locations as so great!

The closest hotel needed when we walked over 27kms in 14 hours at Disneyland. so glad we stayed here. if just going to Disneyland this hotel ticks all the boxes.With a 10 year old the three of us enjoyed being opposite the main entrance to Disneyland and easy walk to food (take away or restaurants) if a safe room is needed close to Disneyland and with breakfast we recommend.

This hotel is directly across from the entrance to Disneyland. At a casual pace, it took us 5min to walk to the bag inspection area. The pool and hot tub was really nice to relax in. The breakfast is buffet style at captain kids, in the same parking lot as the hotel. Includes amazing French toast, pancakes, potatoes, eggs, oatmeal, bagels, toast, muffins, fruit, juices and so much more. It saves alot of time and money having breakfast there. The little store inside the hotel lobby has all kinds of Disney stuff to purchase and very good prices. They sell water for $2 a bottle compared to $4.20 at disneyland, so grab a couple to bring into disneyland. The walls arw really thin, but I didnt start hearing noise until abiut 7am, so not a big deal. If you want to sleep in, I would request the top floor and towards the back of the hotel.

We've stayed at several of the Harbor Blvd hotels over the years on trips to Disneyland, but this was really quite nice. The rooms were comfortable, in really good shape, and about as quiet as we've experienced, given the human traffic in and around this place. The beds were nice and firm, and yet comfortable at that same time. The towels were large, but not particularly fluffy but did the job. The internet connection was very good, but the television wasn't perfect. While we didn't spend a lot of time in the room, the television is a Spectrum internet provider and there were some drops and long mysterious gaps when trying to change channels. But we weren't there for the TV so it wasn't a big deal. Everything else in the room works very well. The folks at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff did a very nice job every day. A minor complaint was the coffee provided to the room - one day it was two coffee pods, and another it was a handful. It might be more convenient if the hotel switched to small individual Kurigs; just a suggestion. Everything else was great. Check in was fast, check out was even faster. Of greatest importance is that you walk out the driveway to the hotel, and you're in the crosswalk to Disney. You literally can't get closer than that. Which is nice knowing that after a long day (it was in the upper 80s most of our trip) you didn't have to walk much further to collapse in your room. Overall, this was probably one of best places we've stayed.

Reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area, free breakfast, clean rooms, and excellent staff. We stay here whenever we visit Disneyland. The hotel is right across the street from the main Disney entrance. It's a mere 5 minute walk to either park.

My favorite part about this hotel is how close it is to Disneyland. We spent 5 days back to back in the Parks from open to close. But with small children and my 74 year old father, we needed a break in middle to recharge. It's not too far of a walk for old or young to grab lunch, swim, or take a nap.

I have stayed at this hotel several times as I frequent Disneyland. The location is ideal. This stay on Saturday was the most disappointing stay ever and will be my last time staying there. One of the reasons why I stay there is I come down from Northern California when the park first opens up. I am able to check in, leave my car and come back later when my room is available. I was not able to leave my car (first time in 45 visits that I have ever had to park there) , I had to park about a mile away in over flow parking and pay 20 each time I left the parking, in addition to the 10 for the night. (we had to pay 120 for parking for the overflow that was not expected) The hotel claims you can show the overflow parking the hotel receipt to the parking to pay the one time fee. There is no attendants and you have to pay a machine. They are providing false information. My son came back at 3pm on Saturday to get the key to my room and unload his car. A woman named Anabelle (African american woman with long hair) threatened him he needed to move his car or it would be towed. She yelled and screamed and cussed at him. We had friends that were staying with us that were in the business lobby on the computer and friends in the bathroom and gift shop that heard this. We was horribly embarrassed and this is no way to treat any customers. She was treating his like a criminal. I called her from the park to ask her to give my son the parking pass and the room keys. She yelled and screamed at me and insisted that I already had two cars on the property that I did not. (They were in the overflow parking) I asked to speak to the manager and she said they were going to check the camera and also threatened to tow my car. (after I had paid the 10 for the hotel parking) I then had to leave the park, come to the desk and get the parking pass. I then called the best western customer care after I returned home and they said this was up to the property management to correct. Shame on you Best Western for not listening to the customer and creating stress on what is supposed to be an enjoyable vacation. Shame on you Best Western for promising that we could park (I called the night before) on the property and then changing the story when I got down there. Shame on you for blaming new management. If your LISTEN to the customer when they say they do no have a car on the property, than confirm it and DO NOT TREAT THEM LIKE A CRIMINAL and argue.

The best place to stay and closest place to the park and even closer than staying on property. Might be pricier but you appreciate the closeness when you have already walked 10 miles in the park! Clean and worth it!!

Brilliant stay and close to Disneyland. Very convenient and well worth the price paid. Good variety for breakfast and the reception staff were very accommodating and helpful. Good with a late check in.

Very close to Disney. Plenty of food choices near by to choice from to eat. Walgreen down the street 3 blocks. Very clean and friendly staff. Uber or lyft in to save on parking. Breakfast was good with a good variety. The pool was cold and the sheets need to be softer, but over all a good place

This hotel has much going for it! The rooms were newly refurbished, and amazingly clean. The location is perfect! Literally across the street from the park. Front desk helpful. Didn't get to enjoy the breakfast as we had to get in line by 7 to get in the park to get on the NEW RIDE of course (which we did and it was amazing). Only two downsides...one is the parking, I had to pay to park there for one night, but both days I had to move my car. I couldn't park in the hotel on check in day til late in the day so had to pay the $25 parking in the Toy Story lot. Then the second day had to be out of the hotel parking lot by 3 so had to move my car again onto Disney property for another $25....and had to leave the parks both days to do that in the middle of the day. I understand the parking is tight, but it was kind of a pain. Also, the room was lovely, but the a/c was incredibly loud when it cycled...no sleeping involved! Otherwise the place was great!

We stayed here for three days at Disneyland, based on its location and the recommendation of a friend. It was significantly cheaper than the Disney hotels and just as close for two of them! Plus it included breakfast and inexpensive parking. The rooms were clean and we were able to easily sleep our family of five. We picked our days at Disneyland based on when we could get enough nights here at this hotel and I would definitely do it again!

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and the location couldn't be beat. The complimentary breakfast was really nice, with a decent selection. We made good use of the hot tub. Was loud in the evenings and mornings. We were on the ground floor - the 3rd floor might be quieter

Located directly across the street from DL, this BW is always our go to. The staff is friendly, the hotel clean and comfortable. The breakfast which is served next door does have a wide variety of pre packaged food such as muffins, powdered eggs, bacon, etc with juice and coffee. Some fresh fruit as well. This is a family friendly hotel, so there are a lot of families who stay here. For the most part the rooms are well insulated, so noise isn't usually a problem.

This hotel is literally a 5 minute walk to the Gate entrance. Add that it was very clean, nicely decorated and had multiple amenities such as a fridge, microwave, WiFi, secure parking and a good breakfast ~ you can't really go wrong. If I had any criticism, it's that it is not a QUIET place to stay. There's a lot of early activity for families going to Disneyland (think strollers and small children running and traversing the exterior hallways) but that's in no way the hotel's fault. Overall, this was a great value for my 2-Day Disneyland trip, and I would book it again.

This Hotel is directly across from Disneyland. Super easy access to, and from the park. Perfect for families with children. The staff is very friendly, and very knowledgeable of the area. Super clean rooms, was very impressed with the rooms. Highly recommend you staying at this property.

Excellent location with a great breakfast, rooms very clean and comfortable beds! Friendly staff and always felt safe! Decent size room with nice little vanity area outside the bathroom. Towels were good quality too.

PROS: - Staff was very nice and accommodating. - It's literally right across from Disneyland Resort. You only have to cross the crosswalk and you're there. Can't get any closer unless you're in the Grand Californian - Buffet breakfast was good, with plenty of variety and decent tasting food. CONS: - I didn't complain because we were barely there for a night, but the cabinet door under the sink was supposed to be screwed shut and wasn't. The screw was there but not through the door to the cabinet, and of course my son opened it. It was filthy underneath with green and brown dry stuff (possibly mold) and smelled up the room a bit. - Bath/shower faucet is difficult to figure out, and there are no instructions. - Bathroom fan was very loud, and not optional if you want the light on. - The overall look of the hotel is not very modern. Lots of brown. The lobby is nicer. - Parking costs extra Overall, I wouldn't pay this much again for a single night. The proximity to the parks is wonderful if you're staying multiple days, but we had to be out of the parking lot by 3pm the second (last) day, so it was a moot point on that day. Still had to drive the car down to the Disney parking lot and pay there. There are much nice hotels in the area for this price if the location isn't super important.

Literally right across the street form Disneyland, easy to find, clean rooms, helpful staff. Would defiantly recommend and will use again on next visit. Sadly (at least this trip) this Best Western had better service than Disneyland itself.

Best hotel ever.the location to disneyland was the closet you could get to the walking entrance. Room decor was very modern and nice looking.breakfast was the best i ever had in my life with many options of food and the staff go above and beyond their duty when it comes to customer service and being friendly .this hotel is # 1 in anaheim city and i promise that you will not be disappointed either .perfect in every way thanks.

The close proximity to Disneyland with breakfast are the huge draws for this hotel. We were able to send one of our party back to rest for the rest of the day, and it wasn't a hassle. We were able to have a change of clothes for one of the kids who had an accident, and it wasn't a big deal. Location, location, location!

Best Western Park Place Inn is a great hotel right across the street from Disneyland Resort main gate. The hotel is very comfortable, with helpful staff and a really nice breakfast buffet. The beds are very comfortable. There are lots out electrical outlets to charge phones and tablets. The closet was spacious with lots of hangers. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices. Even our picky eater found things to enjoy for breakfast. We stayed six nights, and had a very good stay.

Great location right across the street from Disneyland. The staff was friendly and efficient. This is NOT a good choice if you are driving and plan to park at the motel. The parking restrictions make it impossible to park there and spend the day in the park. We realized it wouldn't work to park there too late to cancel, so we had to Uber to the motel from our friends home.

I enjoyed this hotel as every room had its own entrance and a great little pool. Located right across the street from disneyland so easy to come and go. Included breakfast with pretty good selection of items. Very clean and the staff were super friendly. I recommend this hotel as a great, easy going, family hotel. One recommendation is to check parking costs and availability if you have a vehicle. We had a special rate which we found out after checking in, did not include parking and the closest parking lot was 15 min walk and 30.00 a day. I was told I would get a discount but when I went to grab my car, there was no one working (which looked like this was normal during the daytime hours) so got no discount. Just call hotel to double check.

Location! Location! Location! I wanted to stay at the Disneyland Hotel, my family vetoed me and wanted to stay here to save money to do other things at Disney (such as Goofy's Kitchen) and because they wanted to be closer to the park. This is one time I will admit I was wrong! The truth is, at the end of a Disneyland day, you just need somewhere to lay your head so you can do it all again the next day! This hotel was clean on the inside, had plenty of hot water; was literally a 5 minute walk to the Disney GATES not downtown Disney like some hotels try and fool you with! Breakfast was included, which again was nothing to write home about, but it provided us with energy for the parks, and again saved that precious cash! With 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed we only needed 1 room for our family of 5. The only complaint I had was that apart from a few Mickey Statues, the hotel seemed to forget or not care it was so near to one of the happiest places on earth! I feel like they could pull a little bit more of that magic into their decor and with better training for their staff. The only other complaint I had was the smell of the cleaner was a little strong and not pleasant smelling. Overall we would definitely stay here again. The price and location more than make up for atmosphere. Your wallet and your feet will thank you!

Overall, the place was great because of the proximity to Disneyland. It was quiet & the beds were comfortable. That's all I really care about. The breakfast was mediocre but exactly what I would expect and sufficient for a pre-park fuel up. The only con I have is that the hair dryer cord was too short and kept falling out of the outlet while I was trying to dry my hair. Annoying but not a big deal. And the bathroom light switches were outside the bathroom (so is the vanity). Which is fine unless you're sleeping with 5 other people and have to go the bathroom/wash hands in the middle of the night. Definitely not a deal breaker, but something to keep in mind if you have very light sleepers.

This place is perfect to stay for a trip to Disneyland. It's right opposite the gates to walk in, making it very easy! We were able to go to the park in the morning, come back for lunch, and go back again for the afternoon/night. Location is excellent! The rooms are spacious, cleaned every day, comfortable beds and good shower. The pool and spa is also lovely. Reception were helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Old hotel but clean and roomy. Breakfast included with stay. Microwave and frige in room. best value for Disneyland visit. Breakfast was beyond my expectations: pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, donuts, fresh bananas, apples, oranges, cold cereal, bagles, danish pastries, hot cocoa, Yoplait yogurt, fruit juices, plenty of sitting room, toast, even blueberry syrup for pancakes. Breakfast saved our family of 6 at least $80/day. complaint 1: Requested connecting rooms when made reservation 8 months ahead. Got there and none available. Next day opened up but had to pay $10 more per room per day. Should have made that known when made reservation. complaint 2: came back to our room 3:30pm and the connecting room wasn't made up. We wanted to nap and told housekeeping to come back after 5 pm but they leave work at 4 pm. Expected room to be done by 3:30 because check in is at 3pm. Should have told them to have it done by 3:30pm.

The staff is kind and hospitality. And we feel cozy in the room. The hotel provides free breakfast which is good for staying at Anaheim and the location is in front if Disneyland. It's good choice if you plan to be in Disneyland for few days.

We loved spending the night right across the street from Disneyland. The room was comfortable and had all of the amenities one would expect. The breakfast was also great, there were plenty of options, plenty of seating and everything was kept clean. You just can't beat the convenience of the location.

I booked this hotel online and had a confirmation email with Expedia upon arrival. After showing the front desk staff the confirmation email she said that they only have a reservation that was not pre-paid. I insisted that the confirmation email clearly states paid for, but she still need to and charged me upon arrival. I didn't want to argue at the front desk and thought I would clear this up after our holiday vacation. When we returned home, of course Expedia confirms that we had already been charged and I also confirmed with my bank charge on my visa. I called Best Western and the front desk staff again told me it was not a paid booking. I asked to speak with a manager. They were not available until tomorrow. The supervisor then came on the phone call and states that there is something unusual with the booking and that she will call Expedia to confirm herself. After awhile and confirmed with Expedia, she agreed that I had been double charged and will refund the charges from the Visa card upon arrival. I explained that, had the front desk staff investigated a bit more when we arrived and acted on things when they saw my email confirmation; then this situation could have been avoided. However, now even if they refund the charges on my Visa, the exchange rate would be inevitable and ultimately, I would still lose money for Best Western's mistake. The supervisor did nothing to compensate for any of our losses, but did in the end refund our double charge. I guess I will have to see how much I will lose with the exchange rates.

If you are looking for something close to the park and have little kids, this is the place to stay. It does not get more convenient than this. It is the closest hotel to the park except for staying on property and the accommodations are very comfortable. The convenience to the park entry is key for getting back and getting rest for young and old alike if you are looking to close the parks out at night.

This is either the 3rd or 4th time in a row I have stayed here - first time post reno. Although the renos do look better than what the hotel was before, they still aren't quality furnishings without a doubt. The beds and pillows were never great before, so I was hoping they would be great after the reno. Sadly, the beds are still hard & not the best comfort level & the pillows are horrible. They are lumpy & old - time to replace. Get some comfy beds while you're at it, please! For anyone that thinks they are comfortable, I'm not sure what you sleep on, but it must be bad quality! After 9 nights, it starts to get old & averaging just over $280 USD/ night the standard of a Best Western Plus is just not there. The saving grace is absolutely the proximity to the park. It literally is closer to the entrance than any of the Disney Resort properties. They do serve a complimentary continental breakfast next door. It's nothing fancy, but serves well for something in your tummy before you hit Disney for the day. Unfortunately it may be time to try elsewhere & hope their beds & pillows are better. There's nothing worse than coming back after a long day in the park to a crappy sleep.

This hotel is the nearest hotel outside of the front entrance to Disneyland. It is a 5 minute walk to the gates. The room is clean, beds very comfortable. It is directly across the front entrance of Disneyland which is great! My teenagers are able to walk back and forth from the park and hotel within matters of minutes throughout the day for a small break.

This hotel is a great location to start the Disneyland vacation. Right accross the street which is great since my wife has to use a scooter to get around. The breakfast area was a great conviennce. Although the hotel is dated it is in great condition.

This is a great location to start your trip, It's as close as you can get without staying at one of there hotels, Everyday my room was cleaned great they didn't miss a thing. The breakfast they hold right next door is a little better then many of the other BW I've stayed at.

This property is a get what you pay for in room cleanliness and function but the location to Disneyland is better than even the Paradise Pier and Disneyland Hotel. The included breakfast buffet is great at Captain kidds.

This hotel was clean, and well decorated. We had a heater problem and they literally took the old heater and replaced it in 10 minutes!!! Great place for the price. I stayed with 3 adults and 3 children in a mini suite and we were all very comfortable and satisfied.

Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. I am disabled and required extra space to accommodate an exlectric scooter for Disneyland, and grab bars in the bathroom. Our room had both, and with both static and hand-held shower heads, and plenty of water pressure, it was the best hotel shower I've ever had. The hotel offers a hot, fresh buffet breakfast better than any I have seen anywhere else. You won't believe it. Speaking of Disneyland, this is located right beside the crosswalk that goes into Disneyland on the east side. It is even closer to the front gate than some of the Disneyland Hotels! It is ideal for guests with mobility problems.

Our trip was amazing!! :) We had so much fun! This was our first time to Disneyland and California Adventures. We stayed for 3 nights/4 days. The hotel was clean and well decorated for the holidays. It was warm and cozy. It has a gift shop in the lobby. Location is very convenient. 5-7 minutes walking distance from both parks and Downtown Disney. Rooms were clean, bed and pillows were soft, We all got a good nights sleep. The breakfast is fantastic! Lots of choices to choose from . All the staff was hospitable. Matt, at the front desk, was amazing! He was so helpful during our stay. He helped us with the Disney Maxpass, suggested places to eat and shop, and anything else we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Great hotel-would definitely book again! We booked a two queen bed XL room for a family of 3 adults. It had everything that we needed for our five day stay. Comfy beds, Wi-Fi, microwave oven, coffee maker, breakfast in the morning, and a short 10 minute walk to the park. The room was very clean and roomy. The location was ideal for us. We were able to come back to the room in the afternoon to take a nap before returning to the park at night. The staff was extremely responsive and friendly. We were able to book a room using a AAA discount which was also a plus.

We have stayed at this hotel for many years. Very convenient to the park entrance. Staff very nice. Disneyland entrance is very close and there is onsite breakfast as part of the stay. I would recommend to everyone.

I was very happy with the look and comfort of the room. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were quiet. The free WiFi was great. Fast speed and easy connections. Tv was big and easy to use. Cable service had many channels, free hbo, and free on demand. Will def stay here again.

Great spot for a family vacation everyone was friendly and amazing the complementary breakfast buffet is worth it in every way!!! One of the best parts about the breakfast buffet was that they offered sugar free jams and syrup for people that are diabetic which was great for some of the people in my family the cleaning staff was in and out of your rooms with all the cleaning done beds made linens changed in under 45 minutes, Front desk staff was helpful answering questions and directing you and if one of them didn't know they would find someone who could help you and point you in the right direction

Simple but nice. Huge problem was the horrible smoky smell in halls and stairs! Rooms didn't smell thankfully but people are obviously smoking in the halls and stairs. It's horrible. They did say they would review the videos and try to deal with it. We only stayed one night on a road trip so not sure the outcome.

This is my go to hotel when I visit Disneyland! It is right across the street, clean, staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is great! It's nice to be able to walk to hotel within 7 minutes to get a jacket, take a nap, or go for a swim.

We love this hotel, I've stayed here 4 times when going to Disneyland and wouldn't stay anywhere else. It's the closest hotel to the park and has a great breakfast. The rooms are clean and great for families.

Due to not looking closely at the details, I erroneously split my family's bookings between Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn and Best Western Plus Park Place Inn Mini Suites. Both hotels are on Harbor Blvd directly across from the entrance to Disneyland , the entrances are about 30 meters apart. My error did make for a good comparison of the properties, for so if you are wondering about the differences, here are my observations. Both are well maintained and updated older hotels. They both have very robust free breakfasts and standard pools. The convenience to the parks is fantastic. Both provide parking, though the regulations are different. Advantages of Park Place Inn Mini Suites Easiest access if arriving from the 405 South. This hotel is one of the very few where you can turn left on Harbor directly into the hotel. To enter the Anaheim Inn you will need to exit on Disney Drive and circle back. The Park Place Inn is the absolute closest to the park exit…directly across from the stop light. Advantages of Anaheim Inn Only 30 meters farther from the park, and depending on your actual room assignment it might be closer for you than the Park Place Inn Mini Suites. Free parking versus $10 a day at the Mini Suites, and though both hotels do not allow you to park until 1 pm on day of arrival, Anaheim Inn allows you to stay until 6 pm day of departure versus the Mini Suites requiring you to exit by 3 pm. The checkout time for the Anaheim Inn is noon, versus 11 am at the Park Place Inn. Both are good options, but for me in the future I will choose the Anaheim Inn. The only advantage I see to the Park Place Inn Mini Suites is if you get the park view room facing Harbor and are back in the hotel instead of inside the park for the fireworks.

This visit was the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel. We will always stay at this hotel when we visit Disneyland. Best free breakfast anywhere and location to Disneyland entrance is by far the best.

You can't beat the location! The cross walk from Disneyland empties into this hotel's entrance. We were in Room 115 and at first were concerned that our door was across from the elevator. No worries! The layout of the room kept us from hearing all but the most excited kiddos. The room was clean and roomy and always in tip-top shape when we returned from a long day at the Park. Staff was pleasant, friendly and professional and checking in and out was fast and efficient. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is the perfect location if you are going to Disneyland. Rooms are modern, clean and very spacious. Great complimentary breakfast until 10:00 am, which included pancakes, french toast, eggs, ham, sausage, pastries, and fruit. We got to enjoy hot tub and pool as well. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Very clean, breakfast had lots of choices and free! Big rooms with a couch. Very kind staff. We had 4 rooms for our family and they had all our rooms together and also adjoining rooms. We loved it. Truly directly across the street from Disneyland entrance!!

We have stayed at this hotel twice now.It is very close to amenities and offers a hot breakfast to start your day. We've always had a good nights sleep and the staff is amazing. Our daughter enjoyed the housekeepers creativity.

You cannot stay any closer to the parks than this! Perfect location. Free breakfast was OK but not great, earlier opening and 24 hour coffee would be better. Room was very nice and clean. A little pricey but you are paying for the location and it was 100% worth it. We could hear people walking by our room or in the next rooms, due to thin walls, but nothing bothersome. Would definitely stay here again!

Great room. Amazing customer service. The bed was soft. The room was clean. We had a view of the Disneyland entrance and Space mountain. The breakfast is skippable, but everything else was perfection!

Best Western Plus Park Place Inn-Mini Suites is the only hotel that will get you the NEAREST by walking to Disneyland. approximately 800 meters of leisure walk and you are now at the gate of Disneyland. Excellent if you don't want to bring carry ons, or you prefer to rest after lunch then going back to catch the nightly fireworks display! My selfie stick was not allowed inside the park so the guard made me choose to bring it back to my hotel or trash it....am so grateful my hotel was just upfront! Their rooms are quite huge will accomodate 4 adults...breakfast is complimentary...adjacent are convenience stores and eateries. LOCATION is their selling point. Matt of their front desk makes every stay extra special!

We stayed in room 114. I was nervous at first because it was right beside the elevator and pool on the main floor but it wasn't too noisy. Yes, you can hear kids screaming in the morning but it's Disney, so what do you expect. The location is exceptional. We'd go to the room midday to chill out and it felt like we were still “at the park”. You pay a premium for the location considering the quality of room but if you're aware of that walking into it, you won't be disappointed.

This is the closet hotel to Disney entrance and worth the few dollars more. Not an overly attractice hotel but it is clean, well maintained and friendly staff. TV worked well. Too bad that the swimming pool area loses the sun in early afternoon...

Extremely satisfied with the close proximity to Disney this hotel offers. The friends staff are welcoming, the variety at breakfast , the cleanliness of the room and pool area make it all worth while.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. The staff is amazing and ready to help in any way they can. There are so many places to eat that are in walking distance from the hotel.They made us feel like family.

This Best Western is the best deal in Anaheim! The location of this hotel places you right across the street from the main walk into the park. I haven't measured it out, but this may actually be closer than the Disney hotels and for sure closer than any other hotel off of the property. The rooms are nice, clean and updated furnishings that are better than expected for the price of the hotel. The lobby and all other staff are very nice and always willing to help. There is a small convenient store in the lobby that provides an easy place to get that toothbrush that your 9 year old forgot at home. Also in the lobby is a rental group that rents cars and scooters on a daily basis (call ahead to arrange). We rented a car to drive down to LEGO Land for the day and it was fairly priced and very convenient. The breakfast is included with the room and is actually next door above Capt'n Kids, but well worth it. This is the place to stay when going to Disneyland, my family and I have been three times and haven't had a bad experience with any aspect of it.

Great stay for groups buffet good plus it is right across from Disneyland. They also have handicap scooters for rental in the lobby which was so perfect for my parents who can't walk far distances rental is cheaper then at Disneyland

Great staff & right across the street from our home away from home...Disneyland!!! Always clean & the kids love the continental breakfast! Nice to have a short walk back to our room after a long day of fun!

I chose this hotel mainly because it offered free breakfast and is directly across the street from the entrance to the Disneyland Resort. Breakfast was an assortment of cereals, yogurt, whole oranges, apples, bananas, toast, english muffins, bagels (with cream cheese available), pancakes one day, french toast and waffles another, scrambled eggs, egg patties (for making your own mcmuffin), turkey sausage patties, pork sausage patties, and canadian bacon (again for the mcmuffin), sliced and shredded cheese, milk, juice and coffee dispensers. Quality of food was good enough, especially seeing as it was free. Staff were friendly. The hot tub was kept at 102* which was not hot enough for my liking, but meant that young kids could sit in it comfortably. Quite large hot tub enough to fit 8 people according to the sign, we had 7 adults and 4 kids in it at one point. An outdoor shower was provided that allowed me to rinse off before and after getting into the hot tub, but there wasn't too much chlorine in the water and I'm not sure that the after rinse was strictly necessary. The sheets were soft and clean. Mattress on the firm side, but not too stiff. One of the channels available was Freeform and they played a lot of Disney movies which was great. My only complaint was when the fire alarm got triggered in late evening one night. We were standing in the parking lot for a while before another guest had told us it was a false alarm. I assume that a young guest had triggered the alarm and the staff were not familiar with how to turn it off right away. I did not complain about it and so did not get any reimbursement or anything, but I'm sure if I had made a fuss they would have done something to make up for it. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future Disney trips. Highly recommend reserving well in advance for better price and not to wait until a couple of weeks out like I did.

The hotel was nice, clean, and very conveniently located. The breakfast was good with several options to choose from. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again, everything we needed was within walking distance.
