I was so pleased to find such great staff (two shifts, both so friendly, helpful and professional), a nice room (clean, nothing broken or worn out, and comfortable) and a bit better than average breakfast (was there on a Saturday) for a very competitive price. Will definitely stay again when in the area!

Great place, you won't be disappointed. The staff is very friendly, the place is kept very clean. The room was wonderful, had all the amenities' you would need. Close to frwy and shopping right across the street. Several eating places close by.

Nothing works ! No electrics in 1 room so was moved to another where also nothing works ! The manager has not got a clue 2 rooms both failed no tv no electronic electrics keys didn't work ! Wires hanging out of walls how this place got an 8 on booking sirs amazes me ? Can only assume good reviews put on by friends a family ? As we are not the first to give a bad review and probably won't be the last !! On face value it looks like a great place, looked clean etc but nothing works !! The electrics that are working are tripping off in the room ! Read the other reviews we are not alone in advising avoiding this place ! Feel sorry for the regular staff as they will be the ones who have to sort out all the managers failings !

If you want to have great time on your trip. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE! Go next door to the comfort inn. Everything was wrong from my reservation being canceled, to a smelly room, TV didn't work. The list could go on

Room got canceled. Had to rebook it. Room smelled musty, the lights didn't work, the water pressure was extremely LOW, the elevator just keep floating, & last but not least the breakfast was TRASH!!!!

The absolute worst place! Front desk and management is terrible. The most helpful person there is Kayla. Everyone else is trash. I had to change rooms twice due to them being dirty. No compensation.. they still have a hold on my card from 2 weeks ago. I've spoke to management and several other. I asked for a copy of my receipt. The manager told me that she could NOT give me a recdipt. I'm still ttying to get this issue resolved. Absolutely no help by the staff. There's another hotel in the same parking lot called the comfort inn.. went there for 1 day way better.

I was here for 3 nights. Pretty nice. Rooms that face the road are noisy, but that is where all the king rooms are. Facing the other side you have a nice green belt behind you as the water park is there. The only king room on the third floor is right next to elevator, their elevator was noisy. I had a variety of problems at this hotel, they are probably happy to have me check out. The breakfast is pretty bad, limited options, close at 8:00 but at 7:45 there is no hot food. Bed was very comfortable. Great TV channels! Wifi was iffy. Staff was nice. It was a comfortable room and a quiet stay. There is a newer Keurig style coffee maker in the room. The coke machine was reasonably priced.

Made reservation months in advance for two adjoining rooms, arrived on a Wednesday for a seven-day stay, to find that the second room had already been "given" to another guest. Cancelled the second room on the spot. The young lady at the front desk was less-than-helpful, and should not be in a job dealing with guests. Went to the room, found (1) no "welcome literature" (info on pool and/or breakfast hours, etc), (2) no convenience accessory items in the bathroom (small containers of shampoo, conditioner or hand soap), (3) no hot water, and very low water pressure. (4) Requested pillows and a blanket for the sleeper sofa (shouldn't they have already been in the closet?) twice, and finally had to go down and pick them up myself on the third request. TV wouldn't work, and it seemed that everyone there with whom I spoke was aware of this common problem, but it was the third person with whom I spoke that finally gave me the correct instructions to "fix" it. (5) No housekeeping during our entire stay. There was no note to indicate that this service would be provided "on request" only :-( Breakfast: M-F, 6:30-8 (fine for business travelers, not so much for vacationers), Weekends went until 10:00. Juice machine with four choices, two of which were frequently empty. The "hot" offerings were nothing special (except for the make-yourself waffles), and the small refrigerated case contained only butter and cream cheese-- no yoghurt or fresh fruit (bananas, apples) of any kind. I'm a Best Western Rewards member, but this establishment was way below BW standards, IMHO.

I checked in on Friday to room 100 my television did not work and there was no hot water. I was then moved to room 102 where the the hot water was Luke warm. Saturday morning the water was ice cold I then asked front staff they stated it was nothing they could do. I then asked for a refund and they told me they could not do that but I could make a complaint on trip advisor. Saturday and Sunday i had no hot water or Monday. Shame on this hotel for charging the prices that it does and no hot water. I chose this hotel because it states it is a non smoking facility but the hallways and rooms reek of cigarette smoke even the front desk staff are outside smoking. This hotel is horrible I would not recommend to anyone and definitely will never come back!

We stayed for a night while in a road trip. Clean, friendly, comfy beds and good amenities. Close to great shopping and the main highways. Lots of food options nearby as well. Breakfast was ok. Would stay again if passing through.

We enjoyed a good nights rest! Breakfast was uasual hotel menu. Instead of waffles, they had pancakes. The room was clean & the bed was very comfortable. The checkin went well & so did checkout. If we're back in area, would definitely stay here. Good price!

All of the staff for exceptionally welcoming the rooms are very clean and breakfast was perfect. The manager helped the attendant and everyone was made to feel welcome. Overall the entire staff was very well put together

Booked 2 rooms here for November 2022 , something came up and this reservation was canceled on April 6 2022. Surprise surprise I was charged anyway .Called the hotel several times to be given the run around over and over . Called their head office and they called the hotel were told I wasn't charged to call my bank . Never ever have I had such poor customer service . They said I they don't have a confirmation # for the charge funnily enough my bank does . Just crappy customer service in general

The location is close to major roads but I never heard any traffic noise. Very sound proof. The room smelled fresh without the chemical smells. Extra clean room, halls, elevator, lobby, and parking lot. Breakfast was hot with good variety, kept fresh. Staff were willing to go above and beyond to help. Excellent facility, clean. Perfect for allergy sufferers or those with lung problems.

Our stay at this Best Wester Plus was really a "plus" for us. Not only was our room very clean and neat, but the entire hotel was that way. The breakfast was very good and especially clean and organized. The best thing about our stay was that when I called to see if someone had found my glasses I had left, the night attendant quickly searched and found them. Soon I got my glasses in the mail and can report that the staff is just outstanding! Every one of them was very nice and so helpful during our stay and afterward.

So, we check in, drop our stuff and go to dinner. When we return, no internet. So I decided to watch TV, no TV. Down to the lobby I go. I asked if they were having a problem with the internet and the stated the internet on her phone was spotty. I asked about the TV. She replied that they were having issues with the TV and had it worked on sometime during that day. Obviously because while I was there at her desk, she was handing new keys to other guests that did not have TV either. She offered to change our room but at 9 PM at night (and we are seniors) who wants to pack up everything to move rooms. She stated she would leave a message about our problem with the day manager. The next morning, we discovered the bathroom sink water was just a trickle, no water pressure! On check out, the day manager stated he did not get any note about previous night issues that guests encountered. I gave him the whole story and he graciously gave us a whopping $8 credit. We are a loyalty member and I did not consider this a good customer service resolution so I have filed a complaint with corporate. The facility looks new but having problems.

Recently stayed at this hotel for business. The WiFi was down when I tried to check in which isn't the hotel's fault but was just the first of many issues. There was no hot water for showering or standard morning activities. One of the lamps in the room didn't have a light bulb in it. There was no “do not disturb”'sign for the door. The room was missing an ironing board. Stayed for 3 days and no housekeeping occurred. Business partner stayed on a different floor and had the same issue with no hot water or ironing board. On his floor there was some sort of electronic siren or alert system happening during the middle of the night that could not be silenced. Cannot recommend this hotel. Did not use pool/office/lounge/lobby/breakfast.

The room was clean, the general staff was friendly. We found that you can't closet the curtains in the room. You can draw the shades, but our room overlooked a decent size road with traffic, so it was pretty bright all night and the sun still lit the room at 6 am. The bigger issue was we had zero internet. My wife had to work from the hotel room and she had to Hotspot the entire afternoon. We reported the issue to front desk and the offered no advice or explanation.

Ensure the water on all floors has the correct water pressure. Ensure the televisions work as well as the remotes and wifi. The breakfast was good but varied depending on who cooked it. One lady seasoned it well, the other lady placed NO seasoning. I think people who come for work need to be on one floor, those who have kids need to be on another floor or side and those traveling alone or just 2 people need to be on one floor or side. The door leading to the stairs on the 3rd floor needs to have something done to it so that it won't slam so hard. Also, all of the rooms need to have the spring loosened because people act like they do not own anything and just slam doors all times of day and night - even one lady who cleaned was slamming doors. I had to clean all 3 rooms that I stayed in because the toilet lid had a brown stain on the front. The stool in one room had a red stain on the side and the headboard looked dirty.

The pool was heavily chlorinated. The breakfast left thongs to be desired. We had to stay here due to ac going out at our home. We also stayed at the choice hotel next to this one and had a better experience

While not necessarily "new" at this point, this hotel has all the amenities and cleanliness of a brand new hotel. The staff was very welcoming (and even upgraded my room bc of a shortage of king beds at check-in) and solved any issues quickly and warmly. Location was also great, right next to Splash Town so we could shower off after a day at the park. Stayed in the King Suite, which was spacious and clean with great AC and a nice-sized TV.

Jamarion (gm) is a joke. He's obviously uneducated and is clueless to good customer service. I left several messages for him, attempting to reach him regarding valid concerns I had about the hotel. Jamarion wouldn't return my calls. When I finally reached him and questioned why he hadn't returned my calls, (mid-sentence) he cut me off, saying, “I'm a very busy man. What can I do for you?” I said, you can cancel dates I have reserved in the month of June.” If this so-called general manager doesn't have the courtesy to “listen” to a customer's concerns or return customer calls, he doesn't deserve my business. I wanted to ask why the water pressure on the top floor is so poor. I've stayed there 5 nights in the last two week. I always request a top floor. Each time the water pressure in the sink and shower is minuscule. I'd get a better flow from a bottled water. Secondly, the last night I stayed, the room didn't have a bedside lamp. So much for “reading” before going to bed. Jamarion must be related to Elaine, at the front desk. Her customer service skills suck, as well. I appreciate the Assistant General Manager Ms Jones, Raven, and Lena, for making my stay pleasant. It's unfortunate they work for such an incompetent man.

There were a lot of things wrong with the hotel but one of the worst things was the continental breakfast. They limited how much and what kind of food one had. I had a bowl of cereal and wanted a bagel but was told I couldn't have it. I asked the general manager and he said no. My significant other had a hot breakfast and the amount was very slim in what he was given. We both left still hungry. With what we paid for the room, we should be able to get anything we wanted for breakfast and in any amount we wanted. The hotel should be called Best Western Big Minus instead of BW Plus. Giving them 1 star is more then they should get.

Booked and paid for a room with two queen beds. Got told they needed the room for someone else and that we'd be upgraded for free and given some extra points. Got put in a room with 1 king bed and a sofa bed. Uncomfortable. Definitely not an “upgrade”.

My family and I traveled with my son's baseball team and every time we were coming or going Jamarion would wish the my son luck or ask the outcome of the games! The room was fine. However, the wifi wouldn't work on any device I tried. I went downstairs to the front desk, and told the night shift guy at the front desk I couldn't get the internet to work. His response, and I quote verbatim, was, "Ah yea, the internet here is ass." That's seriously the response, I get no internet, so I can't even do the internet. I was told breakfast was from 7-9, which is an extremely short window in my opinion, but whatever. I get there at 8, right in the middle of the serving window, and I don't see any food, signs for it, or anything. I poke my head into an open door that says "Pantry". There's two guys cooking. They don't say anything to me, so after a minute or so I walk in further, at which point they say, "It'll be done in 3 minutes." Ok, no idea what food will be done in 3 minutes, but I wait. After another 5 minutes another family comes about looking confused, pokes their head in, and I hear them get told, "It'll be done in 3 minutes." Another 10 frustrating minutes go by, another family pokes their head in, and gets told "3 more minutes". I don't even know what food they were cooking, so I went back upstairs and tried my best to go back to sleep. Can't believe I got up early to try to get a non-existent mystery breakfast. I'd have been happy with some cereal or a muffin or something. I only stay at places with internet and I hate getting up early, so this was a pretty awful hotel experience for me. I should have just stayed someplace cheaper that has the basic amenities or better support for internet than just telling me it is "ass".

If traveling for business, this hotel doesn't have Wifi available . It is an open connection with very little chance of getting on. Interrupted my night rest trying to get on to handle business. My trip was delayed having to go to another establishment to check business correspondence. The Front Desk and I believe Manager were unwilling to help me. I was told until someone gets off I would be unable to utilize the Wifi.

I had three rooms booked for two nights. One room had a urine smell and there was urine stains on sheets. Could not be moved to another room that night. Were given sheets and that was it. The next night they got a different room with noises from upstairs that it was a second night of NO SLEEP.................... Rooms were not cleaned. I called to ask for at least some clean towels. Was told to "bring down our dirty towels and we could get clean ones". So we all packed up our dirty towels and headed to front desk for clean ones. Never ever had to do this. Wow, but a damper on a big family celebration........................... Two of our guests said they "WOULD NEVER STAY AT A BEST WESTERN AGAIN".........

My family and I stayed over memorial day weekend and the housekeeping staff was awful. They never came cleaned the room even if we asked. We will definitely not be staying here again. The only good thing about the stay was Talicia at the front desk she went above and beyond for us. But here it is 3 days later since we checked out and I have yet to hear back from someone about my complaints. They need better management and housekeeping staff.

If you stay at Best Western on Louetta Road in Spring, Texas, don't let them give you Room 106! The beds are against the wall of the elevator. The bed closest to the door vibrates every time the elevator runs. The elevator noise is loud and all night. I told the Manager the next morning that they shouldn't rent out Room 106. That it wasn't good. He said “the elevator?” I said you are acknowledging you know about the problem but continue to rent out the room. If you ever stay here, do not except Room 106! Management should have to try to sleep in there one night!

Hotel very nice outside, the carpet in the rooms and hall are very dirty, in the room it was almost sticky, wouldn't walk on it without socks. The room had a moldy, humid like type of smell. I had to out and buy lysol to spray the carpet and sofa in the room.. The water pressure was very low in the sink. The rooms are very outdated, and dark, the lamps they have hardly give out light, they need to remodel. The best asset they had was the girl working the front counter, very friendly and helpful.

The front staff checked me in saying for "my" convenience while they resolve the gift card issue which they had copied and was in their possession for 12 hours before I came back at night to check in. Breakfast was in military refugee fashion as if it matter to them how much was given to you.

We stayed at this hotel during the freak snow storm of winter 2021. We lost power for a full day and then had the power turned off and on for a couple of more. Through it all the staff remained on top of things and taking the best care of the customers. It was a stressful time for everyone but, they came through it with grace. We had a good sized room with a very comfortable bed. Peace and quiet made this stay, even with all that was happening, a great place to stay. Would highly recommend!

This was our first trip to Spring. This hotel was a great quiet stay in a great location! Super clean hotel and the staff was absolutely fantastic. All of Covid precautions were in place. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Spring!

I have never in my life felt like I wanted to walk next-door to a lower rated hotel to stay due to her delusions of grandeur of herself and her position as a front desk agent for Best Western. She proceeded to tell me how I'm lucky I am to get a room or whatever choice they give me being a CLC member. CLC is a corporate lodging club for frequent travelers. I checked in at about 4:30 PM on October 17, 2020 and this female I believe her name starts with an S, wore a scarf around her neck as if she was a flight attendant and her hair was dark. I wished I got her name. Other changes I would make with this hotel is purchase all new pillows they're absolutely rockhard and provide proper Internet. You know the stuff we can watch?

My family and I checked into this hotel on Tuesday, September 8th, after being fed up with their service for days, I emailed the general manager, which you will find below... I specified all the details on this review since it looks like this is the only way of getting a response from them. I am contacting you because I am in room 200 at you hotel at 11:11am on September 12th awaiting for my family to start our day; however, we cannot because we have not had fresh towels in two days. I went downstairs this morning at roughly 8:30am to get toilet paper and towels which also has not been refilled in two days as well for a family of four is absolutely absurd. The rude desk clerk stated she would have some sent up, showed me a schedule of cleaning service that was suppose to be on the floor working, and stated they would get to our room when they could...2 hours later no toilet tissue except for the used roll she handed me and still no towels. Let the clerk tell it, the towels were being washed. This was also told to us on Tuesday when we tried to go swimming and she told us to use the towels in our room. The only reason for giving this hotel a try was because we had access to a kitchen that had a burner for us to cook on, little to our surprise for two days as well only one burner worked. When this was addressed to your staff, her reply was, well one is working right? Had it been me and not my fiance she told, my remarks would have been, 'am I paying for use of one or both?' Well that problem was fixed on Friday sometime while my family was away at a friend's home cooking for my family. Your staff incompetency and lack of care for guest that are paying their hard earned money after being displaced by Hurricane Laura is by far the worst experience my family has ever had. This is our forth hotel stay since COVID19 started and third since being displaced from our home and we have never been treated like this. I am well aware of the protocols in place for COVID prevention, but this is not it, this is lack of hospitality in general. I would not recommend your hotel to a single soul I know and will leave a review hopefully warning others not to waste their time or money. I would like to be contacted back at your earliest convenience and will go higher if need be.

Front desk supervisor Serita was the most rude person and does not belong in this type of job. We personally watched several customers cancel and leave because of her rudeness. She also was cancelling reservations and giving rooms to walk ins. I will definitely think twice before booking with Best Western again. This particular hotel is located in Spring, Texas. Because we were hurricane evacuees and my insurance was paying we were authorized to stay 2-4 weeks at a time but there was no way i was staying at that hotel so we moved to a different brand name hotel located 30 minutes away. My insurance company told me to get a receipt to email to them and she absolutely refused to give me a receipt because insurance was paying. I tried to tell her that they sent me to get a receipt and she still refused, 30 minute drive out of the way for nothing. And i was still charged for a room insurance was paying for which was why the receipt was needed to be reimbursed. she told me i would not be charged but i was.

My husband and I live in the Houston area, and just wanted to have a night away. We have been feeling couped up with the Coronavirus being active right now. We decided to stay at the Best Western Plus in Spring, off of Louetta Rd for a night, just to get away from the house for a night. We enjoyed the stay, there are plenty or restaurants nearby that we had the opportunity to get tot go, to take back to the hotel room. The only down side is right now, because of COVID-19, the hotels are not offering breakfast. We enjoy the breakfast offerings at Best Westerns, and are missing thoase when we stay.

I was enjoying a staycation and this BW was very affordable and close to the highway which made it very easy to get on the road and to my various destinations. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. I felt very welcomed and was always greeted with smiling faces. The bed was comfortable and the water was always hot. The room was very comfortable and clean. I was very happy with the service and amenities. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

My husband and I had a reward voucher for a free night. We booked a king room and at check in, were asked if a walk-in shower would be ok. We said sure, it didn't really matter. When we went into the room, we noticed that the bed did not face the TV - it was on the far right wall, making it impossible to watch TV. After 1 hour, we went downstairs to see about changing rooms. The clerk called the general manager, Rashesh Patel, on the phone to ask his permission. He said only if we paid a $25 up-charge. We refused to do this because the room was supposed to be free. We called Best Western customer service after we left and they said they would look into it. The next day, I got the rudest call I have ever received from Rashesh Patel, general manager. He yelled at me and treated me so hateful. He would not let me talk and I finally hung up on him. I did not deserve to be treated in such a way. I haven't been that mad in a very long time. The hotel looks nice but don't stay there. The manager should be fired!

I asked the front reek 1 minute after check in if I could change room because my room was smell moldy and I asked why was so stinky, she said that the rooms carpet were just shampoo and most likely it wasn't dry yet. Them she went to get a manager she told me she didn't got others complain from the room that I was the one with the problem. I was scared to get sick. I left my bags there since it was a business stay and I went to my house to sleep that it was further away from my working business and drove back next morning to continue my business.

I was charged an additional $64.+ on my debit card for an 8909 ok! charge a $15+ tax on k+ks (upgrade in room due to my reservation bed size unavailability) and $30 for a hotel pillow that is unsanitary to start with why would me it anyone for that matter want to take one and contaminate other personal bedding that is at your home.... Just doesn't make sense... This place has a money hungry management team is the only logical conclusion I can gather from the ok! charge to the pillow charge

I spent some time in Texas training and this place gave me the comfort and hospitality that I needed. The staff in all areas had great attitudes and were always accommodating and friendly. The hotel grounds, room, pool and gym were always clean and neat. I highly recommend staying at this location and I hope to be back again soon. It was such a pleasant experience.

We checked in very late after 1am and turned on the entry light which didn't offer much light, but we went in anyway. But what we noticed first was the smell. Our room had a damp mildew smell....but since we were tired we overlooked it. Went to get into bed and the king size bed had baby size pillows on the bed.. OMG... these pillows are smaller than what u would use on a twin bed.... AGAIN we were tired. Woke up and now we have good lighting, the carpet was very dirty and worn. I couldn't even get comfortable. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, upon waking I immediately called to cancel my next 2 nights. They were very nice about it, however they didn't even ask why and nor did I have the energy to go into it. I checked in after 1am, checked out at 8am

This Hotel was very clean and had a great staff. They went out of their way to make sure all my needs were met and that I was comfortable and educated on the local area. My room was cleaned everyday and the swimming pool was so relaxing. It was all at a low affordable price. The hotel was next to Six Flags Hurricane Harbor water park. We could see the park right outside our window. The stay was comfortable and the breakfast was a good way to start the day. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone who was going the Hurricane Harbor and needed to stay the night close by. I forgot to pack my toothbrush and the front desk provided one for me. We are travelling to the States from the UK and were badly mislaid by incorrect information on an American web-site, as a result of which we were forced to change our entire schedule including all our hotel reservations etc. This was extremely time-consuming and inconvenient but we found everyone, apart from this particular hotel, to be most helpful and understanding. We had booked many months in advance and did not wish to cancel our reservation, merely to transfer it to a sightly different date and which would have involved the hotel in nothing more complicated than a simple adjustment on their computer. We were even advised by a Best Western customer services advisor that this should not be a problem. However, the hotel flatly refused to do this and we have now forfeited our money as we paid up-front. We ourselves operate accommodation in the UK and would not dream of treating clients who had found themselves in genuine difficulties in this way. Even to charge a £10 admin fee would have been acceptable but this just smacks of greed and indifference. It is also letting down the reputation of the Best Western organisation and deters us from booking with them in the future.

The floors in the bathrooms are extremely slippery when wet. The showers are completely open so there is no way to keep the floor dry. Stepped out of shower no way to keep to your feet. After three days they decided my Service dog could not be legitimate. Apparently someone heard her bark once. She is a dog. She was never alone. Tethered to us at night. Demanded over $200 to give us access to our room and belongings ended up getting police involved.

The hotel is conveniently located just off IH 45 near a shopping area. A few restaurants were nearby. We found it to be clean. The desk staff was friendly. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. The breakfast fare was “just okay” — nothing special. Only a yogurt dispenser, too sweet, and no individual serving offering. For those who are waffle lovers, no waffles. The “hot” breakfast items were only slightly warm. A Wet and Wild water park is located nearby, so the property is very good choice for families visiting the water park.

We made a quick trip the day after Christmas to visit family in Houston, and needed a nice, reasonably priced hotel near the Woodlands. This was our first visit to this Best Western, and we were not disappointed. The property was clean, modern, and staffed by polite and helpful staff. But what impressed me more, and made me a devoted Best Western fan, was the honesty of its staff and management. My teenage daughter left her wallet on the bed unbeknownst to us that morning. We left quickly for a day of shopping in Dallas, and you can imagine our dismay upon realizing that she had misplaced her wallet. Upon grabbing my phone, I discovered that Mr. Patel, the Best Western manager, had already left us a voicemail. We quickly called him, and within a few hours, my cousin had picked up the wallet with everything intact! We were so impressed with Mr. Patel's professionalism and not only his honesty, but the honesty of his staff as well. We will definitely be back to stay at the Best Western in Spring. Clean, comfy beds, nice area, and honest staff. What more could a traveler ask for?

Anytime you are in Spring ,Texas whether it is for work or fun..... Try staying at the Bestwestern 353 Louetta rd it is a great place to stay it is also in front of a water park for the kids. The people are very nice and the rooms are nice and clean and a very comfortable setting to be in like home away from home.... Don't go to the Comfort INN Suites next door it is not what you expect will be truly disappointed.

The staff was fabulous and I would rate them as a 10 . Especially Kimberley at the front desk . I have stayed there many times and consider the hotel as my hotel of choice in Houston . I stayed 5 nights on my recent trip. Upon preparing for my checkout on June 29th I had some final business to do prior to leaving . I called the front desk and requested a late checkout not to exceed 1 pm . Upon leaving the hotel I stopped by the front desk and confirmed that the late checkout was ok . Sarika said that would be fine . About 11 am my phone went crazy with text and calls from my wife . She is deaf and the manager ( Patel ) was calling telling her she must vacate the room . If I wasn't back by 12 pm she would have to put all our luggage on the cart and come down and wait for me in the Lobby . This really scared her since she is handicap as well as English not being her primary language . She is a LEGAL IMMIGRANT ! Then cell phone began ringing from calls from the hotel manager. I was in a business meeting and had to leave my meeting to drink back 20 miles to pick up my wife by 12 pm . I arrived back there at 11:55 am and hurriedly picked up my wife , but prior to leaving I had a very heated conversation the Patel the so called manager . I told him the front desk clerk approved my checkout which he denied . I try to follow protocol , which I did , but when the AH called me a liar we almost had an event . But a piece of s___ like that AH isn't worth it . I stay in at least 100 plus nights a year in hotels and have been traveling for 50 years and never had an event like this one . As I said the staff is a 10 on 10 , but this AH is below a ZERO !

This may be the worst hotel experience I've had regarding customer service. Front desk personnel ignore the phones ringing. I left a message regarding a receipt for my stay and the message was never returned. Hotel refused to give a receipt for a stay because "the company pays for your room, the rate is private." So even though I am the business traveler, and need a receipt for expenses, the hotel staff REFUSED to provide a receipt. This place is a joke...

We were not able to connection to WiFi. However, I was especially impressed with service on the last night of my stay. We stayed here late Jan. 16, the night of the ice storm. We were told it was the last room and did not have a working TV. No problem--it was late10:30 and we had a very early flight the next morning. When we went to the room we found it completely uncleaned from the previous clients who had left it a mess, food everywhere and beds unmade. The front desk told us it would take an hour and a half to clean it--it was not going to happen since they could not leave the front desk. We called for a taxi to take us to another hotel. That night there were none to be had. We waited an hour. Finally we asked for sheets and towels and said we would clean and make up the room. They only showed concern when I said this would be fully reported on Trip Advisor. Thr three of us then made up the beds and cleaned the rooms in about a half hour. They told me apologetically they could reduce the charge to $90 but only the (unavailable) manager could comp the room. He left a message the next day that the room was comped but later on we were billed the full amount. When I called him he was very rude, said it never happened, and shouted at me whenever I spoke. I asked him to stop and listen--did not happen. If you go here and have a problem, caveat emptor. Better still--AVOID!

Stayed at this hotel 3 nights. The staff at check-in, both night and day crew, appeared to be irritable. The room they gave us smelled moldy, we asked about it and she started to say it would cost more to change but then called manager who approved a different room which was better but still smelled musty. The tv controller did not work, asked for fresh batteries, Sikra was irritated and said it is all about where you hold it to change channels. That did not work either so we waited until next morning to ask for batteries again We got the batteries but did not help.

This hotel was easy to find and about an hour and a half from the Galveston pier. Check in was fast and friendly. The room was on the bottom level and was very noisy from 5he doors slamming above us. It settled down after 10:30 so we could sleep. Breakfast was fake eggs and biscuits and awful sausage. We were aware of this before we booked, so we had fruit and yogurt and coffee. Good place to spend the night and Cheddars is just down the road.

The facility was nice and in a good location. Several food and shopping areas near by. The rooms were clean and the staff very nice. Had a little hic-up during check in but it was corrected by the next morning. Highly recommend this facility.

Clerk who checked us in was very rude and acted like we interrupted her day when we came to check in. She was rude every time we saw her. Had an attitude when we asked for extra shampoo. Not the best thing to pinch pennies on. Breakfast was nearly inedible.

overall I'd give this hotel a very good rating. The only complaint we had was that the toilet in our room was loose where it connects to the floor, making it feel unstable. The staff was very good, and the free breakfast buffet was above average (great coffee).

My room had bed bugs. I alerted the front desk to the issue with physical proof as well as pictures and nothing was done. I had to sleep on the couch for 4 of my 6 nights there. I was not offered a new room or anything. I am highly dissapointed with BEST WESTERN. ON TOP of everything I did not recieve any reward points or any type of compensation or even a sorry.

During Hurricane Harvey we lost power for 5 days and this place was wonderful! Great breakfast, super clean and we had a kitchen which helped us save some of our food. I will stay here again!!! We had over 6 feet of water in our house and had to leave. We book 7 days at this Best Western because we didn't know how long it would take for the water to recede to be able to find a new place to stay. On the 4th day, we had a place we could stay at long term while our house was rebuilt. We asked if we could check out early and they said since we had paid in full, they could not give us back any money if we were to leave early. Please make sure you protect yourself when dealing with this business.

We planned a trip to Spring Texas to see family and this hotel fit the ticket. The room was comfortable and relaxing. The pool was great and they even had towels at the pool, we didn't have to ask at the desk for them. My family enjoyed the pool and would have loved to stay another day. Breakfast was great the the desk clerk in the morning of our check out was wonderful. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is a fairly new hotel. It is very clean, and the staff were very friendly. The beds are comfortable, and overall our stay was very good. My only critique is with the breakfast. If you stay more than one night (we stayed five nights as we were visiting family), the variety leaves something to be desired. The eggs varied between little preshaped rectangles or omelet shapes with some kind of filling already in them. I think regular scrambled eggs would be a bit more palatable. They do have a nice pancake machine. The pool is nice. I also used the guest laundry, which was very clean and nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My mom and I stayed at this hotel because it was near our final destination. We arrived Wednesday evening without reservations and they accommodated my mom's special request of a ground floor room near the breakfast room. The room was nice and clean. When we had trouble getting the tv channels to change they even brought us a new remote. I have discovered that a lot of times if you are on a ground floor room it can be noisy because of the room above. This was not the case here. Our room was quiet and even though I am a light sleeper I was able to get some sleep. The breakfast had a nice variety too.

Best Western Plus Spring... We need to talk. Your hotel is clean and newish. Your staff is kind and generally competent. Your pool is nice and rarely crowded. Your breakfast is... easily the worst I've had in a hotel ever. Ever. Ever. Ever. Let me tell you what I observed each morning (three days worth) in your breakfast area. 1. Guest fills a plate with food. Biscuits, gravy, eggs, hash browns, etc. They take a seat and tuck in. 2. First bite- stopped in their tracks. The gravy is watery, inedibly salty, and tastes very strongly of flour (meaning it wasn't cooked long enough). The hashbrowns were either prepared at 1am or just overcooked to the point of literally tasting like cardboard. Seriously do something about the hashbrowns! The eggs... ugh you get the point. 3. Each guest throws away at least an entire plate full of inedible food and tries again. Maybe they even throw out a second plate, just trying to find some sustenance among the overcooked food. 4. Eventually they settle on yogurt or a bagel. For a decent hotel, you are wasting SO MUCH money on food getting thrown away. Every table seemed to have the same experience. Your breakfast staff is not tasting the food or just doesn't care that it's nasty. I witnessed this three days in a row. A crappy breakfast isn't a deal breaker for everyone- but it is for our family. We have a young child and breakfast sets the tone for the day. I would highly recommend the manager of this hotel to set up some standards for breakfast service. You'll save money on throwaway food at the very least. That is all.

Had to move rooms. With an $800 bill, the manager/owner? gave me a whole $20 off the bill after having to move rooms due to ants. As he had moved us to a King suite and THAT was more expensive, he felt this was where I had more than made up for having to move rooms. This trip was for a funeral for my brother. The hotel had 10 rooms for our family and 2 for me and my adult children.

I booked on book.com, arrived about 45 minutes later and booking was ready, room was ready and I was in the room within 5 minutes or less of my arrival. The desk clerk was awesome, helpful and courteous. The overall cleanliness was excellent. The appearance was awesome when I first walked in and I was impressed. I remember saying to myself as I realized I was smiling "I did awesome" You see I would usually have had my husband with me or had him do the hotel picking and booking, I followed his pattern and I was relieved to walk into a clean friendly upbeat atmosphere, I was very exhausted so I was able to get into my room take a shower and a cat nap prior to my company event later that night.

I think this motel was a great value. We had a king bedroom with refrigerator and microwave. The room was clean and spacious. The Shower was very good and the bed was comfortable and firm. The breakfast area was kept very tidy and I thought the breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and good quality. The staff here went the extra mile to be friendly and courteous. This was the first time I have stayed at a Best Western Plus and I must say, it was very nice hotel. The hotel looks new, its very close to IAH airport and it's adjacent to Walmart and a small strip mall that consists of Famous Footwear, Kohl's, Ross and a Michael's. The only issue that I dud have was my initial arrival. The front desk clerk on duty, Sarika was not very welcoming. She did not greet me when I came in, was busy typing something on her computer and never spoke a word until she was completed and it was nothing but a dry, "how can I help you". I was surprised that as a front desk clerk, you don't acknowledge your guests with a warmer greeting or at least an acknowledgement if you are in the middle of something. There was no conversation and I was shocked at her mannerism. Itwas like I interrupted what she was doing and it wasn't until I asked if they had comment cards that her entire demeanor changed and she attempted to be friendly with me and engage in conversation then. I have stayed at hotels more than once but this was the first time that I've experienced this. Customer service is key in representing your company especially when yours is the first face the guests see when they come to your establishment. Be mindful of how you treat people because you never know who they are. In any event, my stay went well and I had no other issues. If I'm in Houston again, which I know I will, I would stay at this hotel again because the price was reasonable especially if your a AAA holder, the rooms were clean and its close to everything. They also offer a grab and go continental breakfast which I always enjoy.

I stayed there 2 nights and the room wasn't cleaned after the first night.I complained and not one thing was done about it. After your clerk Rosa looked into the credit with her manager she gave me a lame excuse the house keepers don't clean after 1:00 . She then hung up on me after I told her I would call the manager Monday.. Rude rude rude! Dont stay here. These people are horrible to deal with and lie about things they dont do.

The hotel was very nice inside and out. I love the modern look. It was really quiet and peaceful. The only issue I had is that there were some ants inside the bathroom upon check in. While it appears that the beds were made I don't think that the sheets were changed as there was a nasty stain (blood I think) on the sheets and the bathroom was smelly. When I brought it to the attention of managment, they apologized and offered to send someone up to change the sheets. I wanted another room as there was obvious urine splatter on the bathroom floor as well but was denied. I cut my trip short. Wear your slippers if you stay here!!!!

After checking in my wife laid down because she was not feeling well. She soon discovered that the bed had been urinated in and was covered in someone else's urine. She called the front desk to report the issue and get a new room. She was told that all of the rooms with two beds had been booked and we would have to move to a room with one bed for three people. The front desk lady asked if it was like that when we checked in and also insisted in coming to the room to see for herself that the bed was soaked in urine. We live half our lives in hotels and have never heard of an employee checking the issue to insure we weren't making it up even for complaints about smells, leaks, etc. never happens. The front desk woman comes to the room and decided my wife is scary because she is upset about having just laid in someone's urine. Who wouldn't be visibly upset? The front desk lady decided to kick us out. Obviously they are sold out and had no intention of rectifying the issue and also refuse to refund the money. This was my first and last visit to a best western. Hopefully the credit card company or booking company will rectify the situation as best western obviously does not care of its customers.

Do to overnight drive we arrived at Best Western Plus before noon. Very friendly desk clerk immediately checked with housekeeping and found an available room with two queen beds. When we got to room found a very clean, neat and very well decorated room. The neatness and look also were prevalent throughout the hotel. Room had a nice flat screen TV connected to Direct TV, bathroom had normal soap, shampoo, etc. Only drawback was temperature of bath water, while very warm it was not conducive to taking a hot bath if desired. The free breakfast was good serve yourself with bread, fruit, cereal, make your own waffles, pastries, and eggs. I wish there was a meat like ham or sausage with meal but their eggs were like a mini omelet with some southwest type fillings and toppings on the side. Checkout was good, had to wait a little so made more coffee while clerk checked in a new guest. Overall I would stay here again and recommend this Best Western Plus.

I stayed at this hotel for only a few hours after missing a flight connection during the latest big storm. The new Hotel is new, modern, clean, reception staff very friendly, even at 2:00am. Nice lobby with modern furniture, large hotel room, good furniture and comfortable bed. Bathroom itself a little small for size of room. Hours (on Saturday) started at 7:00am, too late for my early morning flight. But there were several items out when I came downstairs so it was okay. Although you may get the impression from websites that this is an airport hotel, close to George Bush International, it is not. It was more than 20 minutes and a $45.00 cab drive....... worse, it was difficult to find a cab to take me back to the airport for my early departure. Even with a scheduled pick-up of 6:30am, it was more than 30 min. late. (I finally took Uber, much better and cheaper option!!) I would stay again if I had reason to be in the area, but not as an airport hotel.

The Best Western Plus Spring Inn & Suites in Spring, Texas was overall great! It was a brand new hotel and everything looked and smelled new. It was in a prime location - directly across the street from shopping stores: Famous Footwear, Michael's, Ross, Kohl's and Wal-Mart. The bathroom layout was a bit strange in that it only had a very large shower with glass door (not tub) and an unusual fair-sized empty space with nothing in it, and then the toilet. The single sink was outside and across from the closet which would have been ok if the lighting in the room wasn't so dim. The closet could only be used on one side, as the pole for the hangers was over too far causing the hangers to extend beyond the door in order to close the closet doors. My experience was only dampened by the fact that I was unable to get any points for my stay because I was told that because it was booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) that I am not eligible to receive points. This has never been the case before so I was not pleased about that and will definitely look into that further.

This hotel is convenient to I-45, easy-on/easy off, as well as restaurants and shopping. We were warmly greeted by the Front Desk staff and assigned a room; however, there was no TV signal. Veronica, who was courteous and professional, was unable to fix it, so she immediately helped us move to another room. The rooms are well appointed – roomy – bed very comfortable – quiet – plenty of parking. The breakfast buffet was adequate, including omelets, sausage, dry cereal, waffles, yogurt, etc. Coffee is available 24/7. We enjoyed our three night stay and would return.

We stayed at this hotel 3 nights, our room was only semi cleaned once during our stay. No Management staff working on the weekends so if you have a problem that needs a decision you have to wait for a week day. Very poor response when we got back to the room and 8:00 pm and it had not been cleaned even though we left at 10:00 am and were gone all day. The desk help at night verified the room had note been cleaned but was not help in resolving the situation.. Back to Holiday Inn Express next time. Best Western Plus you had your chance but blew it.

The bed was comfortable and the location was excellent for the Crawfish Festival. It was also located close to restaurants and had easy access from the highway. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Very modern, clean and friendly hotel. It is ideally situated off the I-45 and close to many restaurant options. The staff is extremely professional and courteous. This hotel is definitely to be recommended!

My mother and I stayed here while attending the funeral of a long-time family friend. The front desk and staff were great. This is a new hotel, so the rooms were really nice.... The breakfast was okay....2 days of breakfast burritos, even with different fillings was not my favorite....but, I would definitely stay here again....

No hot water, Luke warm at best ! Air conditioning shuts off at midnight. Hotel controls AC. attempts to save electric by management. Called to complain but no resolution. stayed 2 nights happened both nights. Business center has AC vent shut off completely, very hot stuffy room. new hotel. cheap management. dim future for hotel.

The hotel was extremely clean and well taken care of. Additionally, the hotel staff was professional and always had a welcoming smile. You certainly get more than what you pay for. The hotel grounds were very clean and the hotel is located in a very safe location. I would definitely stay at this location again.

New and Clean hotel. Had a suite, It was a great value. typical breakfast... nothing special, but adequate. Nice, small pool. Right off I45 and close to shopping and fast food. I would stay again if I was in the area

We came to visit my son, who's place is too small for overnight company. The hotel was apparently very new, lovely and the staff was friendly and lovely to deal with. Our was a king room (immaculate) it was plenty for us. Comfy bed, great shower and the standard breakfast fare in the morning. Don't be late. The only trouble we had was with the electronic key cards to get into the room... they lose their code and you can find yourself locked out of your room at the oddest times. Like an ice machine run... dumb, right? Easily fixed, but you have to go to the front desk and wait in line. But EVERYTHING else is lovely!!!

New hotel, comfy beds, stayed for about two weeks in Jan and went back to same place for 4 days in March. Good location for north side of Houston or Bush Airport. Check out Old Spring town nearby if you have some free time.

This is a new hotel, easy access to I-45, friendly management and staff. The little granddaughters slept over with us and when I offered to pay extra those three nights, the offer was declined.The same with extra for breakfast. Nowadays security is a big issue. This hotel sets in an area by itself, in a shopping community. We never felt like we had to be careful in the parking lot or inside.

We checked in around 7:30pm on the Friday we arrived and it was quick and easy. Veronica and Howard greeted me right away and although they were tending to another customer on the phone, they informed me that they would be right with me. I was surprised since I'm used to being ignored by those who can't/won't multitask. They were both very friendly and welcoming...I knew I'd picked the right place. Our room was at the end of the hall closest to the street but the outside noise was not too bad. The hotel halls themselves were very quiet and clean. I made a mistake in my booking and inadvertently booked a room without a pull out couch. I called down to see if we could be moved or get a cot but we were unable to. The pull out was for two 6 years olds, so Veronica gave us extra blankets and sheets and with that we made a slumber party type bed for the girls and they were happy...no biggie. The reason I mention is that if you, like me, make your reservation through a 3rd party any changes you need made need to be done at the time of check-in, not after. Reason being is that the hotel cannot give you the price that the 3rd party did, so in essence you are going to have to pay the difference. Anyhow, that is my 2 cents...or so how I understood it. Either way, the mistake was mine, not theirs. The hotel had continental breakfast but I did NOT have it. I ate out local so I can rate it. Overall the hotel is close to everything and is very clean and quiet. I highly recommend this place.

I booked and paid for my brother and his girlfriend to stay one night at this new Best Western Plus near my home. They were in town for one night for a quick visit as they traveled on to their destination. Everything is great, the lady that checked me/them in was very nice and friendly! The place was beautiful, clean and very modern. I was happy that the hotel was built so close to my home. The next day after my brother checked out and around 2:24 pm I get a call from the hotel, so I was concerned. The call was from the General Manager to inform me that the hair dryer had been taken from the room and if it was not returned by the end of the day, he was going to call the police and file a theft report against me. I was floored and thoroughly insulted!!! Why would anyone steal a "hotel" dryer, I thought? And DARE YOU accuse me! I told him that is was probably an honest mistake and that I would take care of it. He was completely and utterly rude and disrespectful! He, not only flew off the handle and into the deep end over a $5 hair dryer, but he insulted my integrity! Instead of asking politely about it, he immediately assumed that it was taken on purpose! If I can afford to pay for this over priced hotel, then I can afford a hair dryer!! Seriously!!! As it turned out my brother's girlfriend had left to go shopping before check out and my brother thought she had left it, so he packed it. That innocent, he did not know it wasn't hers, what man pays that much attention to their women's beauty tools! However, I contacted the hotel back to explain and let them know that I would be by this evening to pay the $65 fee (which I did), but when my brother comes back through town from his trip on Sunday, that I would bring the hair dryer to the hotel and I wanted a refund and an apology from the very disrespectful General Manager!!! He really needs "customer service" training, needs to learn not to insult his customers and accuse people of stealing without probable cause. We are in America, if I remember correctly!!! Never again will I recommend this hotel to ANYONE!!! Horrible Management! Sad too, because this Hotel just opened 4-5 months ago, if that! Please Don't waste your money or your time at this hotel!!!! You could be the next one accused of stealing something worthless and get the cops called on you!!! Please go to the Comfort Inn, right next door, it is new and just as nice! Moving my membership/rewards account to that franchise for sure!!!

Good and friendly service. Quick in and out with a decent breakfast. Onlly issue was the hot water was not as hot as it should have been. Just a little warmer woudl be good. I didn't even have to mix with cold water.

Yes, this facility is brand new, and we stayed there during its first month of business. The staff and manager were very accommodating with our large family group that stayed there for several days. Rashesh Patel, the manager, was especially helpful and from him right down to the breakfast attendants, we enjoyed friendly service all the way around. The modern décor was very nice.

This is a brand new hotel! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room and facilitiy are white glove clean, and I felt very safe during my stay. In additon, the internet was fast, the hotel on the whole was quite, and the hot breakfas was more than adequate. A great value, and a hotel I will recommend and stay at again.

We stayed overnight as the hotel was close to the location of my company party. This location is brand new and everything was very pristine. However, the water in the shower was barely warm as we got ready for the party. The next morning it was not any better. The towels were brand new and had not been properly laundered prior to putting them in the room. Otherwise, it was a very quiet stay. As we checked out the clerk did inquire about our stay and promised to bring our concerns to the attention of the owner. I will definitely stay again because the staff was very friendly.

Hard to find any faults with this place since it is brand new. The staff was great and everything was nice and clean being brand new. It's located right off of I-45 and there are plenty of food options back across the highway. For a pleasant surprise the fitness center next door has a retaurant in it and serves a tasty burger.

I booked this stay via my mobile app on the way to the Woodlands BW where I have stayed before since Spring Texas did not have a BW. I was surprised to see this pop up. I booked my stay here since my business meeting was in Spring the next morning. Looked Brand New upon driving up - no sign on building yet - banner on street that says Now Open. Pulled up, walked inside - and the woman was so excited to see me. Kind of like when your mom sees you for the first time in months. I said - little light on booking this afternoon (it was about 5pm)? She said - we are just getting rolling - I you are our first guest this evening. I thought that was cool....until I asked when did yall open? Today she replies. She said you are the first person ever to check into the hotel. 11/12/15 As a Best Western Diamond Rewards member - I stay all over. This is the nicest PLUS that I have stayed at. It helps that it is new - but I met the Manager, the Owner, the Night Manager, and a couple of the housekeeping ladies and let me tell you - the people are are truly great, upbeat, exciting, and appear to enjoy being here - which lets just say...it hard to find out of many hotel staffs. Props to the Best Western Spring Texas! I will be back to the Houston area once per month - and will be staying here each time. See yall again.
