    « another great stay »

Our second and hopefully annual stay here was as before great. Room was good, breakfast was even better than most motel breakfast. We were able to get a good couple days in Pigeon Forge before moving to Gatlinburg and the location of this motel made it easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go. We hope this time next year to be back at the Toni Inn.

    « Great stay »

Great motel to stay. Nice hot and continental breakfast in the mornings. Nice roomy rooms. Would recommend anyone to stay here when visiting in Pigeon Forge area. Close to shopping and within walking distance to some great restaurants.

    « Dollywood red carpet »

Sand in hot tub, black in pool, not enough area for sitting for breakfast, also parking is really bad when they are full. I didn't like the lip on the headboard of beds, hurts your neck. The shower curtain wasn't long enough to stay in tub while taking shower.

    « Rating BW Toni »

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good experience for the price. However I think management staff should consider designating areas for smokers. I believe smokers have the right to smoke and I believe non smokers should not have to walk through the smoking areas. I also think they need to consider expanding the breakfast area as each morning there was no seating for me and my loved ones. Of all this is a good hotel, good services, clean rooms, and extremely friendly hotel staff.

    « Beautiful »

We stayed in room 122, that led directly out into the pool area. It was beautiful and so handy. Check in was very easy and quick. I was able to use points for our stay and we got exactly what we asked for in room choice.

    « Great Stay »

When we go to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg we always stay at the Toni Best Western. This year when we booked it was very busy and so we only got to stay the Thursday and Friday night. When we arrived at the hotel, it had been completely refurbished. We were on the main floor and the door was just outside, so taking luggage and everything in was so easy. The bed was so comfortable and gave us a good night sleep. We would not hesitate to book this everytime we come to the area. We are also members of their Gold Card plan and so we had a certificate from our last stay which really gave us a good rate. You would not be disappointed in booking this hotel.

    « Great hotel »

Very clean and close to everything they have meds at front dest so I didn't have to leave to go get any. Breakfast was very good the first day but I think it was left overs on Sunday on our last day there.

« Wonderful hotel, great location. »

I stayed here with my grandpatents for 4 nights. The staff was beyond helpful and the room was lovely and large. The included breakfast was tasty and had plenty of variety. I would stay here again and most likely will.

    3
    « Served the purpose »

We booked last minute during a busy weekend, when most hotels were full. The price here was what I assume was high due to demand. I paid a Marriott/Hampton Inn price for a lesser quality. However, all amenities were adequate enough, and I'd have no problem staying here again.

    « Best value of two BW's »

courteous, friendly staff. Very attentive to individual needs. Nice location. Indoor pool facilities nice and easily accessible Would suggest to others for a pleasant stay.. Located right acrossd the road from the Dixie Stampede Dinner show on the parkway rd..

« We love this place! »

This was our fifth time here and we are never disappointed. Rapid, friendly check-in, the room (Dbl/Queen - Poolside) was spacious, furnished quite satisfactorily, and surprisingly quiet. We had a couple of glitches; loose shower head and the light burned out in the bathroom; Toni Inn fixes problems immediately and it didn't affect us at all! We were on the 2nd floor--no elevator problems; everything was simply comfortable and we slept very soundly. The pool was fantastic and hot tub was just right; had the place to ourselves pretty much late Sunday afternoon! Breakfast is a fantastic value and of good quality and variety; eggs & meat and biscuits/gravy and lots of healthier options as well! The breakfast area's a little tight but friendly, mannerly folks/guests are the norm at Toni Inn & Pigeon Forge. Highly recommend you stay here!

« Great hotel for a reasonable price »

We stayed here for 2 nights during a business trip to the area. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was excellent...right across from Dollywood. The price was reasonable. The breakfast was good.

« Best Western Pigeon Forge Toni »

Excellent hotel and convenient to the local areas of interest. Staff very helpful. Clean and well maintained hotel. Have stayed there two years in a row and will probably stay there again. Did have an issue with bill but this was resolved. I felt it could have been handled in a more efficient manner but it was resolved.

    5
    « Nice Hotel »

We stayed here for several days for a mini vacation. Room was spacious and very clean. Beds were very comfy. There is both an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. Both areas were clean and very well maintained. Although they have breakfast included with your stay, we did not eat here. The Toni is an older hotel, but is very well kept with friendly staff. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. The only negative is the parking. It's very tight in some spots, and there was a couple of times we had to park next door due to unavailability of parking spaces. However, this would not keep us from staying here again. Really enjoyed our stay!

    5
    « Enjoyed it »

Hotel was much nicer than I thought it would be. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Huge bathroom. Indoor pool was nice and clean. Located in great spot. Would recommend. Only complaint was that Internet was slow if more than one device connected.

    2
« Rolling luggage all night long »

We had a difficult stay because there was no sound proofing on the exterior walkways. The sound of luggage being rolled all night long and that same luggage bouncing down step after step gets on the nerves. The shower head barely gave up some water and the air conditioner was on its last legs in room 234. At 5'4" the toilet was too short for me. and with no wall handles things were difficult. The staff was wonderful, could not have asked for a cleaner room.

    3
    « Decent hotel »

Upon arriving we found that we had to climb to the third floor, not knowing there was an elevator at the opposite end of the property. The room was showing wear and needed updated, but the beds were quite comfortable. The cleaning staff was most helpful in addressing our needs during our three night stay, as well as the front desk staff. The breakfast area was so crowded that we ended up going elsewhere to eat. Parking was also an issue as the hotel has more guests than parking spaces. Overall a decent experience for a fair price.

    3
    « A decent place to rest »

This property is motel-like, the rooms are entered from the outside. The room was clean and bed was comfy. Indoor pool with hot tub. Hot breakfast with decent selection- small seating area. The breakfast staff did a great job of keeping the breakfast items stocked.

    5
    « Great hotel »

The Toni Inn was in great location. We had a room on first floor overlooking the inside pool area. The area was quiet, private, very clean. Room was spacious and the bathroom had the best shower I have had in a hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

« This Place Has Potential »

This hotel is basically average to very good, but with just a few tweaks it could be great. My advice to management would be: 1. Train your front desk staff to be pleasant and excited when guests arrive. The woman who checked us in was gruff and unwelcoming. She certainly didn't want to answer any questions, and made us prepay for the two nights on the spot. I wonder if this is typical for Best Westerns? 2. I can confirm the chlorine smell that permeates the rooms that are close to the indoor pool. I'm not sure what can be done, but I would certainly look into it. We did not ask to be moved, but we thought about it. 3. Breakfast area is wholly inadequate. Long lines to get breakfast, and then no place to sit in tiny crowded area with limited tables. With so many rooms in this hotel you would think this would be better laid out, but it is not. On the positive side, the breakfast was very good the one day out of the two we could get to it. 4. Put two chairs in the rooms with king sized beds and not just one. On the positive: 1. Rooms are renovated and comfortable, bed was comfortable 2. Plenty of parking 3. Nice big fridge in the room 4. Easy to use and newer wide screen TV with HBO 5. Hot tub next to the pool

    4
« Fireplace, Jetted Tub, Indoor pool »

We booked 2 months out for a stay during the 2nd week of October, which must be high season for PF maybe because of the fall leaves?? Anyway, the room was huge for a hotel & had the promised fireplace and jetted tub. Heaven! They also have a nice indoor pool/hot tub as well as an outdoor pool/kiddie pool/hot tub (the pool is not very cold either so possibly heated!). Breakfast is standard Best Western--waffles, yogurt, eggs, meat, biscuits & gravy, cereal, muffins, bagels, toast, canned & fresh fruit. Clean rooms, friendly staff, decent price. But what did put this hotel a head above the rest was the indoor pool/hot tub as well as the fireplace and jetted tub in our room! The only negative thing I can say is that the bed I slept in was a little uncomfortable. It might be time to replace those mattresses! Nothing significant though; I would totally stay again.

    3
    « Good location »

We chose this hotel for a short visit to the smokies. It is one of the cheaper hotels we could find for an average room. The staff is very friendly. The 2Q was big enough and clean, but just remember this is an older motel. The bathroom is small but at least you could move around in it. The breakfast was good, but it is a small area so it does get crowded and at times they were behind keeping the few hot items filled. We did not use the indoor pool, but it looked very cloudy to me when we walked by. We found out that they charge more for 1st floor rooms than the 2nd or 3rd floor. I don't think they have an elevator, but they did have a ramp which made it easier to get our luggage up to the 2nd floor. The worst part of our stay was that the walkways are concrete with rock mixed into them and when you pull luggage or the maids pull their cleaning carts it gets very noisy.

    4
« Good location! big spacious room »

This is a great place for the price. We had the two room suite. very spacious. The pool stayed open late which I liked. It is unusually warm for Oct this year and they had their pool open unlike other hotels in the area.

    2
« ADVANCED BOOKING LANDS YOU BY THE NOISY INDOOR POOL »

My wife and I have made our reservations four months in advance of our five night stay. We have requested a top floor room as we found these to be the most quiet. On arrival, we were placed in a first floor room inside the indoor pool area. Noisy (echo from screaming kids), smelly (chlorine), dark (lacking natural sunlight), humid (never ending supply of water). After seeing the room location, I went back to the front office requesting a move to a normal room. A young gentlemen at the counter, must have missed all his customer service training classes and human courtesy courses, informed me that the hotel is full and it was not possible to change rooms. The following morning, we asked to speak with the manager. The manager immediately apologized for our inconvenience and found us a room on the top floor, away from the pool. The room was immediately available for our use. We've packed our stuff and moved. Too late for the stress free vacation 600 miles from home. Breakfast is available daily, included in the price. Unfortunately the breakfast area is much too small to accommodate numerous guests often resulting in standing room only at the breakfast buffet. Because of our experience, we will not recommend this hotel.

    2
    « Really?! »

Ok ... Off the bat - the room was really clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is convenient and you can actually walk to the trolley park, that part deserves 5 stars. What doesn't deserve 5 stars are the people at the counter (with the exception of two ladies that were polite). I asked about the Dixie Stampede (it's across the street) "what it was" and the guy replied with one word "dinner". I asked "is it fun?" He proceeds to tell me that "he has never been... He grew up in the town and hates everything in it." Wow. I'm from New Orleans and I will still pause to tell people about some nice places in town even if the tourism is a little much for me at times. Then, when I ask about the trolley stop "where is was" and about my receipt "how many nights were charged" I got met with a *you're dumb, why are you asking* kind of attitude. Maybe I'm an informed consumer! I didn't raise my voice and take pride in being polite. One of the guests was more helpful than the employees - we could literally see them laughing at us through the window trying to locate the trolley stop - which after two attempts at asking could only muster pointing and telling us it was outside near the sidewalk. Well, I could have guessed it was outside :/ **by the way, if you are looking for it, it's not near the front doors, it's near the main road** I'm making an assumption that because I look young people will just be "honest" but I'm 31 and don't deserve to be treated like a teenager. I spent good money to stay here, you could at least smile! Thankfully the beds were soft.

    3
    « Not a hotel but a motel. »

Booked with Best Western because I have stayed in other Best Westers hotels. Surprised that entrance to hotel rooms were outside like a motel. There were three floors with only 9 rooms enclosed. Worst problem was parking, not enough spaces for those staying there. Individuals were making their own parking spaces. Breakfast was included but you had to walk outside to get to the to lobby, two mornings were cold. You needed a light jacket to go to the lobby. Room was clean, staff friendly, and breakfast was decent. Would look else.

    4
    « Sofa Bed »

    It was a nIce room; 2 pools (one was heated); internet was unusable in our room on the 3rd floor; breakfast was good, but nothing amazing; we had to move the sofa bed in order to have room to unfold it;

    4
    « Excellent hotel »

Our experience was very good. The staff was very friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Price was great! Food was good. Good location in Pigeon Forge; close to Gatlinburg. Pool was nice. Good maid service.

    « B W Toni Pigeon Forge Ten. »

Well Pleased and highly recommend Best Western Toni at Pigeon Forge Ten. This is my third stay there and was well pleased each stay and highly recommend it to others. I plan to stay there when I have a chance to go back to Pigeon Forge Ten.

« Vacation in the Smokies »

The hotel was nice, clean and affordable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. We did have a problem with breakfast, we stayed for 6 days and the same breakfast every morning. Also when ask dest staff questions about things in area was told go look at brochure rack at the back of hotel for local information. When I asked about golf courses and said none was on the rack they couldn't help me. If you get a room with jacuzzi tub we careful, very high step getting in and out and no safety bars to hold on too. Very dangerous for the elderly. I reported this to the manager before we left. One more thing when we tried to check out Sunday around 4 am doors locked to lobby and no one answering the phone. Had to call later to check out from the road. Overall though we enjoyed our stay.

    4
    « toni again »

we have stayed at the toni before we got our best prices through tripadvisor yea. clean rooms not fancy , indoor pool jacuzzi and outdoor pool all clean and well kept good hot breakfast every morning well tended by staff. good visit no issues at all!!

    5
« Great place to stay »

Each time we have stayed at the Toni Inn we have been treated very nicely and were very satisfied with all. My wife is handicapped and they have always tried to accommodate us the best they can. We would stay again.

    3
« A Room With a Pool, but not much more »

We stayed at the Best Western and enjoyed the pool and the whirlpool. The room, however, was just what one would expect at a standard motel along an interstate. The price is too much for the basic room. The pool definitely is a plus, but the price for the value could be lower. Check-out could be later than 11:00 too because people are out late at night attractions and want to sleep in. Service at the desk on check-in was hum-drum--no enthusiasm. Clear that the hotel has many guests each day and this creates a numbing response at the front desk. There's another Best Western across the street that is less expensive, but we haven't stayed there. Many options in Pigeon Forge are cheaper.

    5
    « Good Short stay »

I have stayed at BW Toni Inn twice in a month. Both times were a very good experience. Good location, close to Dollywood and across the street from Dixie Stampede. The rooms are clean and well supplied. The breakfast was a nice surprise and actually had very good waffles. I will definitely stay here again.

    5
    « Clean,comfortable and close »

Great desk staff, large rooms, clean and staff are a few of the pros. Add the fact that you are close to a multitude of shopping and restaurants and this hotel is hard to beat. An indoor pool makes visiting any time of year again great choice for those long weekend getaways.

    4
« Sorry it was only 1 night »

We wish we could have stayed here longer but on this trip we just stopped for the night before going on to The New Found Gap. The room was clean and quiet and we had our own balcony which was nice to sit out on to people watch. We will got back to Pigeon Forge again for a longer stay and will stay here for sure!!!

    4
« 1 night stay in pigeon forge »

We decided to come down 1 day early for our week long cabin getaway. We had some friends recommend this place. We found the place to be clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and breakfast was average ( typical hot hotel/motel breakfast ). The breakfast staff did a great job with keeping up the breakfast line even during the busy time. We will defiantly stay here again. BTW... Very spacious and quiet.

    5
    « Vacation »

I have used trip advisor a few times. always get great deals. The Best Western Toni Inn was a very nice and clean hotel I would highly recommend. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Lots of fun things to do close by.

    4
« Clean Rooms and great location. »

I needed a cheap room as I wouldn't be in it that much for a few days. Just to sleep. The hotel was located perfectly in Pidgeon Forge and right on the entrance toward Gatlinburg and the Smokies! The staff kept our room clean and was very efficient. Both indoor and outdoor pools were good!

  • 4
    « Rest and relaxation »

We love the Best Western Toni and always enjoy staying there. The rooms are large, clean and usually comfortable. The shower in the rooms on the far side from the office don't do very well. The water would be unusually hot then turn cold.

    3
« overpriced and awful indoor hot tub »

I spent a few days at this hotel..good customer service, no problem checking in. I was there during a rod run..and of course they gouge in the pricing of the rooms..over a hundred dollars more a night for the show. I thought I would check out the indoor pool and hot tub one night...and the pool was unkempt, chlorine floating on top of the water and the hot tub had a sandy bottom...from the disintegrated bottom of the tub. I would stay here again..just wouldn't use the indoor amenities.

    5
« Great Place, Great People, Great Value! »

Excellent place for a few days of swimming, shopping, eating and enjoying the mountains. Staff Very friendly and accommodating. Clean room; great indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs; many items for the continental breakfast. Recently stayed there and enjoyed so much, already booked for another stay.

    4
    « Price, value, confort & service »

Best Western has a better idea of what people need and desire in a overnight or a week stay. Evan on a rain filled afternoon, no problem for best western we went from outdoor pool to indoor pool. The rooms at any Best Western we stay at never had a bad odor. Never had to worry anything when we forgot to bring with us Best Western had.

    4
    « Overnight Stay »

Need a place to stay for one night and as I have used BW int the past, chose this hotel. It is in an excellent location and the price was very affordable. Rooms were clean and comfortable beds. Did not take advantage of breakfast buffet, only coffee, but have in the past and found it adequate to get day started. Would stay here again.

    5
    « great hotel »

We were very pleased with this hotel. Great staff and the room was excellent. Pool and hot tubs were kept spotless. breakfast was hot and delicious. Parking was a little tight, but doable. This hotel is centrally located with restaurants and attractions very close by.

    4
    « Beware »

We stayed here on our latest trip to the mountains checked in early Friday morning on September 2,2016.The room was nice , then the nightmare began. We found out that afternoon the hotel had charged our credit card 531.89 for our 4 night stay and also authorized another 531.89 hold on our card went to front desk to try and fix problem but the general manager Robert and his staff were unconcerned and downright rude and very unprofessional told me it was common practice to do this.During the rest of our stay no one contacted us even called there corporate office same very rude response. The indoor pool is nice outdoor pool and got tub in need of cleaning breakfast was the best thing about stay. So beware if you stay here use cashbecause staff could care less.

    3
    « Stay was ok »

The indoor and outdoor pools were perfect for our toddler. We had a non smoking room however it smelled like smoke. Staff was not friendly. Breakfast was ok. Trash truck comes very early in the morning and will wake the whole room up.

    5
    « Great Motel »

Best Western Toni Inn in Pigeon Forge, Tn. is an excellent place to stay. It is very clean, inside and out, and very sensitive to the customers' needs. The rooms are in very good condition. Also, the rooms are priced very reasonable. From the front desk, usually Nancy, breakfast workers, outside cleaners, and the maid service, everything is top notch in service. Large indoor and outdoor pools and Jacuzzis are very enjoyable. I recommend this motel very highly. With all of these pluses for the place, it appears to be managed very well. I plan on using this Inn each time I come to Pigeon Forge.

    4
« Nice Hotel, Pleasant Stay »

The hotel is quiet nice. The indoor pool is a plus; it was actually warmer than the outdoor pool. The breakfast served here is one of the best we have ever had. Not a lot of hotels offer the HOT options. Room was OK. Sofa bed was HORRIBLE. No pillows and only a thin sheet to lay on. But overall stay was Good. I would stay again but hopefully get a different room.

  • 4
    « nice clean place »

We stayed here Labor Day weekend. This place was very clean and looked freshly remodeled. It has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Hotel was also very quite and has stairs an incline ramp and an elevator so getting to the 3rd floor is convenient and easy for about anyone. The breakfast area was also very clean , and the breakfast itselfwas very good.

    4
    « Overall Decent hotel »

I have stayed across the road at the Plaza Inn and this hotel is very comparable to it. The only issue I had was parking. We came in later that evening after riding around the town shopping and there was not a single spot and they had people parked along curbs and all different directions. There was nothing major going on at the time other then the Jeep event.

    5
    « Big room »

Just checked in and the room is huge picture attached shows my three children from one end to the other. Two pools which are nice and a good breakfast for the price. I would recommend this place to any body coming to the immediate area

    3
« if they had friendly staff this would be a great place »

Hotel is great but the staff acts as if they all hate working at this hotel. not friendly at all. I did find one person I will say made me smile and acted like he was glad to see us come in and that was a older man that let me in the office when we came in around 2;30 am. I am unsure what he was to the hotel other than the door guy but he was amazing. All the others just acted as if they have corn cobs up the butt.

    « Didn't get past teceptionidt »

We tried to book a room at reception (Rebecca) but we were not offered the on line rate. We asked if we could have on line rate and were told we would have to book on line. We asked if we could have the wifi password to enable us to book on line but she would not give it to us as we were not a guest!! Terrible customer service. We are premier members and stay at many BW hotels and have never been treated like this! We found somewhere else to stay for nearly half the rate.

    5
    « Great stay »

Good hotel! The free breakfast was great! There was free wifi and the beds were comfortable. The room was quiet. I couldnt hear the guests in the other rooms. Good in room coffee maker and spacious layout. This place is super close to Dollywood, the Island and whatever else you want to do.

    5
    « Awesome trip »

We have visited Pigeon Forge many times but this was the first time staying at Best Western Toni Inn. There were friendly people who were very helpful. The room was very clean and the price was just right.

    5
    « Excellent hotel »

We have stayed here numerous times and always are very pleased. Great location and amenities for the price. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Love the indoor pool. Always get room right off indoor pool area and love it.

    4
    « Good »

Check in was quick and easy. Booked 3 rooms. 2 with booking.com and 1 through BestWestern.com. The booking.com reservation gave us some problems because it listed the 2nd room under our guests name instead of mine. Luckily, I had my phone with the confirmation number and everything went smoothly from there. The rooms were very nicely appointed and clean with spa tubs and fireplaces. The breakfast was very good and was served promptly at 6 a.m. Our group went down around 9 - 9:30 and the breakfast buffet was still fresh with steaming hot food. The pool always had clean fresh towels and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

« Quick anniversary trip with my wife to Pigeon Forge for a long weekend »

I was looking for a last minute hotel that had a pool and a good breakfast. I found this hotel and ended up calling in for a reservation to get a King bed. The front desk was super helpful on the phone and in person. We arrived and checked in with the front desk. They asked if we were going to see any shows and then gave us discount coupons for the shows we wanted to see. The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. They have an indoor pool and hot tub as well as an outside pool and hot tub. We used both during our stay and it was great to have. The breakfast was wonderful. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, bagels, English muffins, honey buns, cereal, hot coffee, juice and Belgium waffles. The breakfast area is small and a little hard to maneuver in when lots of people are there, but the food is terrific. The AC unit worked well, but was a little loud going on and off, I ran the fan constant so there was always background noise to cover up any outside noise. It worked well and we slept well. This is a great place to stay if you are on a budget and not worried about a luxurious place. don't get me wrong, it was clean, comfortable and just what we needed, but not luxurious. It is within walking distance to lots of shopping and across the street from the Dixie Stampede. When arriving traffic can be slow, If you are coming from I-40, take a left at light #2 (Teaster LN) and follow that (it goes around the traffic) Then right on Dollywood LN, then left at the light back onto the parkway. Hotel will be on the right side about 0.2 mile down the road. It'll save you 15 minutes in bad traffic.

« Great rate for hot tub in room-not big enough for 2 »

This was a good rate despite a few maintenance issues. The in room hot tub listed as for 2 people only fits 1 comfortably. The outdoor whirlpool is only luke warm. The indoor whirlpool is sandy from disintegration of the concrete. The indoor pool could be called outdoor as it is hot and muggy in the area. Hotel was clean but maintenance issues in the room were reported and never fixed in the 3 day stay we had.

    « Nice hotel »

Stayed one night on vacation. Check-in went well, but had to have keys programmed three times before the door would open. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. This is an older property but it is well maintained. I was amazed at the number of housekeeping/maintenance people we saw. Breakfast was okay, but nothing to brag about.

Everythis was all right except the bed was hard. We had a room with 2 double beds The first night we slept on one of the beds it was very hard. The next night we swaped up and slept on the other one it was a little better than the first one.

Great motel in Pigeon Forge with a central location to most attractions. Wonderful staff. Full Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of food for the guest. Staff went out of their way to see if we wanted or needed anything.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Services are great and staff very helpful. Great spot close to the park and easy drive to Gatlinburg. Lots to do in the area. Has both indoor and outdoor pools and two hot-tubs - great for relaxing after a busy day doing whatever. Very close (walking distance) to several restaurants.

« BEST OF BEST WESTERN! »

We had an excellent stay!! There were 14 in our group on 9 motorcycles, for two nights and we all felt at home here! The beds were the most comfortable of our entire 6 day trip! I think the most comfortable bed I have slept on at a Best Western EVER! The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice that there was a "convenience" shop for Tylenol, combs, toothpaste, snacks and even ice cream!! Breakfast was not only convenient, it was pretty darned great! Biscuits and gravy, waffles you made yourself FRESH, pastries, cereals, eggs, sausage, milk, juices and coffee! You name it they had it! The light went out in my bathroom, I went to the front desk and he called maintenance right away. I only waited 5 minutes and the nice gentleman was there with a new bulb! It was packed, lots of swimmers and kids, but it wasn't too loud. Excellent all the way around!

When I find a motel that fills my expectations in every way I look no further . The Toni Inn is my home away from home when I am in Pigeon Forge. The location is excellent ;there are several good places to eat within walking distance of the motel and entertainment venues are also nearby.

We had a great experience at this Best Western Hotel. Staff were all amazingly helpful, from check in to checkout. Rooms were clean and attractive. We were given options on the amount of main service desired, and we appreciated that very much. They have an excellent breakfast service and good coffee!

    « Family Getaway »

We have been visiting the area and have stayed at many different places. Most of the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good, biscuits and gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs. The rest was typical continental choices they didn't have any fresh fruit though. It was canned. A little disappointing as I would have liked a banana with the oatmeal I chose. The waffle irons are shaped like bears (good for the kids) though eating the area is small as this is an older motel. The rooms were a little dated but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The mini fridge kept our drinks ice cold which was a plus. I did find it odd that upon checking in they asked you to choose a housekeeping option of either no service, towels changed and trash emptied or full service. I travel frequently and typically full service means sheets changed (which we didn't need) so I opted for the middle thinking that was the standard service. Actually it wasn't it was exactly what they indicated. Towels changed and trash taken out. We were a little disappointed though I had tidied up the beds before we left for the day. It really wasn't an issue, just odd. We wanted to swim and soak In the hot tub after a day in the park though we decided against it as both hot tubs were covered in in 6 inches of bubbles. If you know anything about hot tubs you know to steer clear from this. Though the next morning the staff was adding chemicals etc. it did clear up. Parking can be a challenge if you return late. We ran into this two out of three nights as we were out past 11:00pm. The property could definitely use some outdoor chairs around and more places to extinguish cigarettes. I only saw a few and I suppose this is why there were butts all around the parking lot. Overall this was a decent stay. Nothing fancy, no frills but comfortable.

    « Extra queen bed! »

Family of 5 or 6 can share the same room because of the option of 3 queen beds! We rode the trolley the 1st dayto Dollywood but with 4 people and changing trolleys, we only saved $4 and spent over 2 hours on the trolley or waiting for them. Pay $12 to park. There is a tram to take you to the gate at Dollywood.

« Tremendous and helpful service. Staff is wonderful »

We have been staying at the Best Western Toni in Pigeon Forge for three years now. Have always enjoyed our stay, especially the interaction with staff. Jacqueline Holt has always been our housekeeper and she is such a wonderful lady and making sure what any of our special needs might be. This year we took two of our little grandchildren went with us. The greatest things is a wonderful large ranging free breakfast from 7am to 10am. Then the pools are great! One outside 3' to 9', a large kiddy pool and a hot tub. Also, there is an inside pool 3' to 6', kiddy pool and another hot tub. This is a great place on the Parkway making it easy to get to everything - Texas Roadhouse next door, The Island, newest attraction for kids is Bear Country! We will continue to stay at Best Western Toni throughout the coming years! We have visited and vacationed in the Smokys for about 50 years and have finally found this facility to be the best value for services in the area.

Our room was clean and maid service was good. There was a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot in the room. We actually didn't use anything except the fridge. Our room was right next to the indoor pool. Was a nice spot for people with children. The internet was pretty bad -- worked sometimes, and not so good other times. For the price, the place was a good deal. Dollywood was right around the corner and you could take a trolley to Gatlinburg, which was a nice place to visit for the day.

    « Nice stay »

The room was very clean and we received good maid service. We did have difficulty in finding a parking spot in the evenings. The front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely hard that is the worst thing about this room.

    « Toni Inn »

I would not stay at this location again because waiting to check in I heard a staff member say that if a guest did not show up by the time she ran reports they would not have a room after another staff just told her they just called and said they were on there way. If I've just called to say i'm on my way and you did not tell me otherwise I'd expect a room when I show up. The bigger issue was the attitude of that staff member and that this conversation happened in front of me waiting to check in. The layout of the hotel was odd with 3 separate buildings and no parking if you come in late anywhere within walking distance to your room. We did not even try to figure out where the breakfast was because it was in another building across the parking lot. The rooms have an odd layout as well. The TV is on the side way making it difficult to watch and the air conditioning is around the corner by the bathroom.

« Nice place for the price! »

A friend and I came to stay here for a girls trip and we loved it! Definitely worth the price and we would stay again. Love the free breakfast and the indoor pool. We also loved that it was close to most of the shops in pigeon forge and a short drive to Gatlinburg. We were within walking distance to a few restaurants.

    « Toni Inn »

Property is well worn. Maids and general staff nice, but check-in very rude and act like it is an upscale hotel when it is an average cost hotel with many nicer hotels in the area for close to their price. Breakfast offered was complimentary and fresh, but offered no changes from day to day so might bore someone staying in the area for the week. Rooms were clean, but could really use an update (bathroom was 70's lime green tile with tan walls like you would see in a mental ward).

« The Best Place To Stay In Pigeon Forge »

We just recently stayed at the Toni Inn. The weekend of July 23-25, 2016. We've stayed at the Toni Inn many, many times. The staff was awesome again for this visit as they always have been in the past. They have two swimming pools and two hot tubs, one indoors and one outdoors. The outdoor pool is heated so it is great during a fall visit, too. And during this visit with the temperatures reaching nearly 100 degrees, the pool was so refreshing. They have a continental breakfast that has oatmeal, yogurt, bagels with cream cheese, biscuits, sausage links, eggs, gravy, grits, cereals, coffee, juices and a waffle in the shape of a bear! Yummy! And I can't remember the lady's name who was working at the continental breakfast, but she was really nice and you never saw an empty container! When you make your reservations, since we've stayed on every floor, the third floor is mainly for king size beds but there is an elevator; and the other floors are queen beds. There is a trolley stop right outside the inn, too. The kind folks at the Toni Inn that helped us so much were Nancy, who took our telephone reservation, Brian, who checked us in along with another guy that I can't remember his name, either, who helped us with extra towels very pleasantly. I wish I could remember everyone's name, but at this time I cannot remember all of the staff/personnel that helped us, But each and everyone were great to work with. I remember it was Nancy took our reservation and Rebecca checked up out and they were very professional but very pleasant at the same time. We stopped at the Smoky Mountain Harley Davidson dealership on the way home and saw three couples looking for lodging in Pigeon Forge. We told them that we highly recommended the Toni Inn and told them what we had paid per night on a weekend in July. They were amazed at the good rate and when I contacted the Toni Inn, their rate was even cheaper. If you are planning a vacation to the Smokey Mountains, stay at the Toni Inn. You won't be disappointed!!

This hotel property is older but has been remodeled and is well kept. It is in a convenient location and my family has stayed at this property on multiple occasions and have been pleased each time. All the rooms have refrigerators/microwaves which is helpful/convenient. The breakfast area is a bit crowded but the food is good/sufficient for a free continental breakfast. My family will continue to stay at this property.

« Very good hotel for your money »

We have stayed here a few times and it has always been nice. The breakfast is very good with quite a few choices such as gravy, biscuits, sausage links ( they were awesome ) eggs , oatmeal , waffle an milk and juices. Love the fact they have both an indoor and outdoor pool . Only problem I have is the wireless internet does not work well. I finally gave up and forgot trying to use it. Other than that I would recommend it.

    « A fine place to stay »

Rooms were nicely sized and clean though the bathrooms were a bit dated. The breakfast was not bad: scrambled eggs, waffles and pastries but there were long lines at peak times. A nice swimming pool, filled with happy kids into the evening but almost empty in the mornings.

    4
    « Nice rooms! »

The rooms were very large. There were two queen beds and probably enough room for another full sized bed. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good but crowded. My only complaint is that the outdoor hot tub was not hot at all. Located right on the main strip through Pigeon Forge so it was very convenient.

Our first stay here was great. Our second stay was even better. I suggest to upgrade to a suite. It is a great place everything was clean and the employees are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great although you could use a little more seating area. I did notice it looked like they had done some upgrades to the lobby. The new pool furniture was also nicer than before.

« Best Western is Slipping »

This was far below my expectations for a two-night stay. Handicapped tourists should strongly strongly consider another chain, as there was ONE handicapped parking place for a large property. The free contenental breakfast was the strongest suite but I can purchase one of those for $10-15. The mattresses badly need to be upgraded. I could feel the coil springs in my back. They're a long way from catching up with Ramada Inn!

    « Dated »

I picked this Best Western because it was a Best Western. Our first room had an odor and the floor by the air conditioner was soaked. The front desk worker was very nice and moved us to a slightly larger room (with no water). The location was very nice- Dixie Stampede across the street. Pools and rooms clean, just old- paint chipping, furniture/fixing dated.

« One of the best motels in Pigeon Forge, TN »

I called 1800 for best western reservations back in June to stay June 21st to June 26th and my stepmom was put in the hospital the night prior to our departure date on 6/21/16 and I thought she was going to pass away and did not feel good about leaving the way things were. When in contacted 1800 # the person said the would charge me the entire amount for all 5 nights, but when I contacted the Toni Inn in Pigeon Forge, they told me they would cancel the reservation and not even charge me for 6/21/16 which I really expected them to at least charge me for one night for cancelling so late. But no, the people at at that location have compassion and did not charge us at all. We have stayed at this location many times because of the cleanliness, professionalism and always willing to do whatever necessary to make our stay enjoyable and on top of that very reasonable price. From this point, we will always stay there as long as there is a room available. They have won our business.

    5
« By far exceeded my expectations! »

The room was very clean and comfortable. Our room was located in the atrium, overlooking the indoor pool. Great quality for the price. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great pressure in the shower. A perfect option to have a clean place to lay your head down at night.

This hotel has an ideal location. Beds were average. Price was fair. Hotel staff was very helpful. The room key cards were not working when we arrived. They were working hard to resolve. One female employee was SO nice and had such a great attitude ~ walked to our room to let us in. It is rare to find good attitude anymore even at the finer hotels!

We had a quick overnight stay at the Toni Inn. The check in staff was especially cordial and welcoming. The room was older but had some recents updates. It smelled and looked clean. The bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast was limited to pastries, cereal, yogurt and biscuits with gravy.

    « Nice hotel but... »

The hotel was pretty nice. The beds were comfortable but it would depend on your point of view. the pools were nice but the indoor pool was humid at time. The rooms and the pools were very clean, the indoor pool goes to five foot and there is a hot tub, the outdoor pool goes to nine feet and the is another pool that is one foot and another hot tub. The breakfast area was small that's the only thing I didn't like about this hotel, it was crowed and the buffet was kind of small.

    4
« Maybe Better luck next time »

Very good place to stay we have stayed here for the past 4years but unfortunately this year the standards have dropped the young man on the reception desk in our opinion requires some customer training he was a little rude and and and especially to senior guest and for some reason they allowed Something like 50 teenagers to very loud and noise into the pool they completely took over the area not good when you are relaxing by the pool also the top bed sheet looked dirty or was just well worn not nice After all said because we have been using this place for a few years now we will still come back and hope what we experienced was a one off

    4
    « Pleasant Hotel »

It was a good stay. Kids loved the indoor and out door pools. We stayed in a 3 queen room which was very nice. The door broke but they fixed it pretty quickly. The breakfast was pretty good each morning but I wish they some fruit. They had no fresh fruit. It was in a good location in pigeon forge. I would stay here again. Hotel was very full but they had plenty of breakfast items that were hot. the hotel was maintained well.

    4
« Great place to stay, especially for the price »

The building is a bit dated, but in my opinion it is clean and the staff was very friendly. The wifi can be slow but personally I wasn't there to work but to have fun. There is an indoor pool with Jacuzzi and an outdoor pool. It is directly across the street from Dixie Stampede and not far from Dollywood. The only "issue" I had is the doors face outside instead of an interior corridor, and when you have a ton of bikers running around it can disturb your sleep. Other than that I would definitely stay there again.

« Fathers Day week-end with the whole family.Great rooms! »

As always my wife and i had a great week-end in the mountains! This time we had our son, daughter and 5 grandkids which was their first time. One word they said "Amazing"! I had 3 rooms booked and all rooms were great.Only problem i can comment on is the parking. More rooms then parking spaces and little noise after 11 pm. Had to park by the parkway both night there and stayed in room on back side.Motor bikes taken up most of the spots.

    4
    « Expectations mostly met »

The wi-fi didn't work too well and the chain on the toilet came off and we just fixed it ourselves and reported it upon leaving. The room was clean, the area was quiet, the beds slept well. The breakfast was wonderful. We only used the outside pool, but there is also an indoor pool and a jacuzzi. The reservations were easy. There are personal supplies and coffee in the lobby. If you have any physical walking limitations at all tell them you need on the 1st or 2nd floor. There was a ramp to the 2nd floor but not to the third. I didn't realize three flights of steps would be so difficult for me. There is a grocery store nearby as well as restaurants. There is a trolley stop out front.

clean rooms, cost effective hotel with a nice pool area. great staff. even though it sits right on the main strip the rooms sit far enough back that it is relatively quiet. doing some cosmetic upgrades such as painting ect which makes it more attractive. breakfast was a little lacking some days but will do

« Great Place To Stay!!!! »

Had a great time staying at the Best Western Toni Inn at Pigeon Forge. The breakfast was awesome. Clean and comfy rooms and reasonable price. I chose this hotel for my family to stay at while visiting Dollywood. The location is perfect as it is convenient to get to all the major attractions nearby. it was within walking distance to watch the parade in which Dolly Pardon was in!!!

« Very budget oriented, loud. »

Marginal experience overall. On par with the cost. On the main drag for the area- VERY NOISY until around 2:30 -4:00 am (Memorial Day weekend). Hope you like the sound of LOUD Harley-Davidson bikes. Bathroom linen was poor scratchy material or was just very worn. Internet speed? High-speed not so much. Lag time very apparent particularly when connecting initially. oh yeah, funny, there was so many chlorine beads in the Hot Tub that it felt like sand on a beach- no kidding. Yuck!

    4
« Nice hotel for the money »

This is an older property but they have been doing some cosmetic work as we were there, it is well maintained and close to everything and while it is right on the strip there was no noise issues. The rooms were well attended, we had the room with the bedroom in the loft, the mattresss and pillows were very comfortable and the room was always clean. The best part especially if you have children were the heated outdoor pools and hot tub along with an indoor pool both were always clean. we stayed almost a week here and can say everyone was always friendly and helpful, the breakfast was typical for bw. The only suggestion would be when the hotel gets large groups in such as what happened during the last part of our stay of several buses of teenagers is that they assign them one pool area to use and allow the rest of the hotel guest to use the other during that time, while they were fairly well behaved to have such a large group converge on a small area makes it difficult for a family to use the pool areas. I will definitely stay here again.

    4
    « Great value & location »

Two days into our stay. No complaints so far. TV issues once, management resolved within 15 minutes. Two pools, two hot tubs. Great complimentary breakfast with cute bear shaped waffles, eggs, sausage, real oatmeal, bagels, honey buns, biscuits & gravy, juice, cereal. Comfortable beds. Ok shower. Across from Dixie Stampede. Walking distance from many restaurants.

« Great location, rooms, etc »

Since 1973 I have been staying at this Inn whenever I come to Pigeon Forge. Great staff, room options, location and rates. Comfortable beds and nice selection for breakfast. The only negative I have found is the internet is a little slow but since I spend little time on internet while on vacation, this does not affect my decision of whether or not to stay here.

BW Toni has been here for many years. We generally stay here because it is centrally located for our activities. Indoor and Outdoor pools with hot tubs in each area. Can walk the strip or take the trolley. Room was ready and clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had forgotten a few items and they were able to supply replacements for us. Breakfast area was monitored (tables cleaned quickly) Breakfast food selection was good and kept filled for all to enjoy.

    « Pleasantly surprised! »

Having stayed in pigeon forge before, my boyfriend and I decided we would try a few different hotels this trip. Based solely on leisure, we were very surprised with the quality of our stay at this hotel. We were placed in a room within the indoor pool area, which was very nice! The continental breakfast had plenty of options and was consistently good. We had absolutely no complaints (other than the pool closing at 10 pm Haha). We both agreed, out of the 5 different hotels we have stayed at in Pigeon Forge from previous/current trips, this was our favorite! Would highly recommend this hotel for couples, families, etc. Not to mention the nightly rate was fairly cheap!

    « Clean »

We definitely enjoyed our stay. We had a two king room and Loved it. The beds were very comfy and we loved the pillows. The entire room was clean!! We also liked having a fridge and microwave. The kids loved both pools and the hot tubs were awesome. The pool did have a bit too much chlorine, but at least it was clean. The breakfast was delicious! It included eggs, biscuits, sausage, bagels, and more. My youngest loved the bear shaped waffles. We loved that breakfast started at 6 and was served til 10. Some days we slept in while some days we got going early. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends. We will also be staying again.

    4
« Great breakfast, very accommidating staff »

In the process of some renovations (painting) while we were there, only worked in the late morning and stopped around check in time to keep from annoying guests. The location is on the main highway but the rooms are in the inner area thus reducing the majority of the highway noise.

Have been to the Smokie Mountains many times and again had a very good time. Don't do the expensive dinner shows, which i think are overpriced. Was disappointed that the Flea Markets were not open through the week. Drove over to Cherokee North Carolina across Old Smokie and had a good lunch one day. Took a couple of road trips and a little shopping for a few presents.

    « Not worth $125 per night »

The hotel was clean. I didn't see any bugs crawling around. With the exception of the first night's stay, there was sufficient parking. The rooms could stand to be upgraded and to be lighted better. The bathroom was really small. It wasn't anywhere I am used to staying, but for the short notice, the room served its purpose.

    « Great Stay! »

Older hotel but very comfortable. Stayed in the inside pool area and it was very nice. Hot tub was great and the pool was warm enough to enjoy even in the cool temperatures. Centrally located to Dolly Stampede, Cracker Barrel, Texas Roadhouse. 6 miles to Gatlinburg and about the same to Sevierville. Trolley stop in the front of the hotel.

    « Great experience »

We had a very good experience staying at this hotel. Very clean. Loved the indoor pool and fireplace in our room was a nice touch. Not hard to find and breakfast was good. Near to other points of interest we wanted to visit.

    « clean and nice »

This appears to be an older property that has been well kept and recently re-modeled. The facility was nice and clean and we really liked having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The service was friendly and the continental breakfast was very good- included some hot food which was impressive. The only complaint was that hotel parking is very limited and a larger parking lot would be helpful. Overall, we got a lot of bang for our buck staying here and we will consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

« Great place to stay!!! »

I have been staying here for approximately 40 years. It is an older place, but well maintained. We love the 9 foot deep outdoor pool and the indoor pool that allows guests to swim when the weather does not permit use of the outdoor pool. the rooms are nice and clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is really good. A+

Great check-in and out. Rooms were great. Breakfast was good and hot. Outside of hotel look clean and well taken care of. There are a lot of eating places close by. There were a lot of good parking. There are a lot of things to do close by, with or without kids.

Clean, bright lobby and dining area. Sufficient continental breakfast including..waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals. Large clean room with fridge, no microwave though. Sufficient amount of towels. Two pools, one outdoors, one indoors. Plenty of things to do, many within walking distance and short drive into entrance of the Smoky Mountains.

Room decor was very dated and in need of a cosmetic upgrade. Elevator was not working. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Reception individuals were extremely helpful and new the area very well.

    « Surprise »

From the outside compared to other hotels you would think ughhh. but it was so beautiful on the inside. the room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and they have the best hotel breakfast I have ever had !!!! I was so happy with the stay and have plans to stay again next week.

« Nice for the price. »

Close to Dollywood and the stamped show. Not close to Opry or outlet stores. Traffic heavy Friday - Sunday. Heavy tree pollen in April, you car will turn yellow. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool. The beds a pretty good, and the area during the week is quiet. Breakfast is fair but, you can't complain when its included. The internet is very slow.

    3
    « Very clean »

The room is very spacious and very clean. Our refrigerator does not work. The elevator does not work and we are on the third floor. When checking in the receptionist didn't tell us where are room was. Difficult to find the stairs to get to our room. Nice pool in and out. Had to call and ask for the wifi password. Can't say enough about how nice and clean the room is.

« Great Hotel, especially for the price! »

I hardly ever take the time to write reviews, good or bad but feel this hotel needs to be recognized for the outstanding service we experienced during our stay there. Everyone we encountered was helpful, friendly and happy to see us. The rooms were very clean, and as a matter of fact, much cleaner than the resort we were traveling home from. They have both indoor and outdoor pools, which is nice and an outstanding, complimentary breakfast. This hotel was great, especially for the price!

« Leisure trip with friends »

Had a pleasant experience at the hotel it had friendly staff arrived early stopped in before going to Dollywood said our room was ready and we could check in that was great!! We enjoyed the breakfast a couple of us enjoyed the hot tub and pool will be going back this year!!

    « Noisy »

We had 2 rooms booked for 2 nights. Rooms were next to the indoor pool. There appeared to be a children's screaming competition that went on and on into late night. Both nights. It would be great if the motel would shut down the pool by 10 pm at the latest. The small breakfast room was packed, people came in the back way as well as from the front door. Both mornings same thing, at least there was coffee in the lobby. I can say that the coffee was good. Staff was amazingly friendly.

    « Great Trip »

We decided to come a day early, so I called to try to get our room a day early but the hotel was booked. I found another hotel very close with an indoor pool, which is a must for my daughter. We thought about canceling our reservation and stay at the other hotel because I did not want to load and unload the car more that I had to. So glad we decided to keep our reservations and move to your hotel for the rest of our trip. Your hotel was so nice!!! Had no problems!!! We had a room off the indoor pool area, was very convenient if you have small children that want to swim. I would not recommend staying in a pool room if you do not wish to use the pool, it can get a little loud.

« Great Service, Lovely Pool! »

We found this hotel last minute, and had no reservations. Other hotels in the area were booked, and not friendly. This Best Western welcomed us warmly! We were able to get a great deal and a great room near the pool. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was spacious. Parking is accessible to whatever room you may have, and the elevators were convenient. We loved the fun pool area and the large hot tub. It is centrally located, and walking distance to restaurants and Dixie Stampede. We are glad we stumbled across this Best Western, and would definitely stay here again.

« We had a wonderful time at this hotel »

I thought this hotel was fantastic. The room was very nice. The breakfast was surprisingly good (they had a waffle maker that made awesome waffles.) The people at the front desk went above and beyond anytime we needed them. One of them even helped us with a school project we were working on. They had a pool and hot tub both inside and outside, my son loved that. Housekeeping was very friendly and did a very nice job. We had no real problems and the hotel was wonderful. The staff at this hotel were among the best I've encountered at a hotel. It's located towards the end of the pigeon forge strip which was nice for us because we went back and forth between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We walked to a lot of things and we also made good use of the trolley which has a stop at the enterance of the hotel. The hotel was in a strange shape (kind of like a C) so once you go in the parking lot you are kind of cut off from the street which tends to stay busy. I thought that was really nice. I did one load of laundry on my trip and the washer and dryer worked fine and went quicker than my dryer at home. I will be recommending this hotel to anyone going to Pigeon Forge in the future.

« Great stay in the Mts »

This was a couple only no kid stay, so needless to say it was a pleasant one. Room was clean. Noise level virtually none except for traffic. Wifi was a Lil slow at times but served it's purpose. Bed was comfortable. We always stay in room 200 and it was as we left it last time. Only negative thing to say is the breakfast bar could have been better. Needs bacon instead of only sausage. Other than that our stay was great and we will definitely be back.

    4
« Good hotel for the price »

Friendly service, decent breakfast. My family loved the indoor pool area. In-room internet could use some looking in to. Bed was hard, and due to that I didn't get a good nights sleep. Great location at the edge of Pigeon Forge, and across from the Dixie Stampede. Would consider staying here again, with hopes of a more comfortable bed next time.

« Reasonably Priced, Clean and Comfortable »

Just returned from a very pleasant extended weekend at the Toni Inn. At this price point, the rooms are an exceptional value. The hotel is situated in Pigeon Forge but extremely close to the Gatlinburg area as well. Highlights - Our room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, housekeeping was excellent and the staff were super friendly. We used the business center to print tickets to a dinner show without any issues and the free Wi-Fi, indoor/outdoor pool and complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. Special Tips - Some of the rooms have an entrance outdoors and some of the rooms have an entrance indoors circling the indoor pool. If you are sensitive to the smell of chlorine/minerals, you may want to request a room with an outdoor facing entrance. Also, if you plan to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast, I would suggest eating before 8:30 AM, or between 9:30 and 10:00 AM. The breakfast includes coffee, assorted juices, a waffle station (with waffles shaped like bears-super cute), assorted breads/pastries, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits. However, the buffet line from about 8:30 AM until 9:30 AM becomes very crowded, making everything feel cramped and it's also difficult to find seating. Lastly, I would mention that if you stay out late (past 10:00 PM), it can be difficult to find a parking space anywhere near your room if the hotel is fully booked. The staff do everything in the power to ensure that only hotel guests use the parking lot and issue parking decals that you hang on your rearview mirror. Even so, we sometimes had to circle the lot multiple times to find a space and often ended up parking quite a distance from our room. It wasn't an issue for us, but if you have mobility issues, this may need to be a consideration. Honestly, if you are looking for a reasonably priced, clean and comfortable hotel in the Pigeon Forge area, I would highly suggest you consider the Toni Inn. Our family had a lovely time and would return to this hotel again if we are ever in the area.

« Nice Place with great pools & breakfast! »

Directly across 321 from the Dixie Stampede, this hotel is well above average based on the service, cleanliness, the indoor & outdoor pools as well as a breakfast that includes a variety of hot and cold options. The beds had decent mattresses, the fridge and microwave were nice inclusions, with the flat screen TV being O.K. The bathroom was small but adequate, but at least the hot water held its temp better than many hotels we've stayed at in the past. Being a tourist destination, the price will depend upon the time of year and whether its peak or out-of-season.

« Good price, Nice hotel »

Our group consisted of two families; stayed at this location during our Spring 2016 vacation. Friendly staff at the reception helped with tips to get the best out of our trip. Kids & adults enjoyed breakfast every morning during our 3 day stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable beds and good house keeping. Will stay at this place again!

    « A very nice hotel »

My family and I have stayed at this location for many years! It never disappoints! Staff is always friendly and helpful! The rooms are your typical style room but clean and comfy. I love that the outside pool is open till 12am so you can enjoy a day out and about and still come back a swim and relax in the hot tub! The hotel is close to several eating places within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

« Great price, comfortable and clean »

The price and rooms were a great value. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and the staff is very friendly. Indoor pool is a plus but if you like quiet, ask to be away from the pool. There is a lot of traffic notice in the rooms near the pool. The Wi-Fi is slow.

    « Good Stay A+ »

Very clean, nice employees. Nice breakfast The pool was nice and clean but as someone else stated above in another review the chlorine was excessive, shows its clean but my eyes were swollen bad the next day and so was everyone else that swam with us alot of people were getting out of the pool after just a little while because you could hardly stand it ... so everything was great but the pool chlorine now the pool temperature was great unlike most indoor hotel pools that seem to still be freezing cold this one was warm which was great ...Parking was a pain seemed to be impossible to find a spot when you came back at night .but that's a problem with alot of hotels in the area :)

    « Great Hotel! »

My husband and I stayed here in February of this year. We loved it there they have made many updates lately and it looks great! They have a great breakfast buffet style the food is so yummy and always quick to be repllenished when things get low (thanks to the very sweet hard working lady!) Loved the pool! Over all the stay was great and the staff was friendly we will definitely stay again!

    5
« We will go back »

We had a great time. The pools and hot tubs were great, very clean. The free breakfast was pretty good. The only thing that could have been better is the showers need updated. There were some loud guests but it wasn't anything we couldn't ignore. Great location too.

    « Great location! »

This was our base camp for two nights for Smoky Mountain Park. Great location. It was clean and comfortable. I loved the ramps to the upper floors - so much easier with our luggage than stairs. Better than average breakfast - included sausage links or patties and was replenished quickly. And there was brewed decaf coffee! What a tread! Would stay again and recommend.

    « Great trip! »

The hotel staff was friendly and made sure we had what we needed. The rooms were clean. The beds and pillow are awesome! We slept so good for it being a hotel with children running everywhere. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a quick weekend get away!

« Good Value- friendly staff. »

We notice a lot of families patronize the Toni Inn and that is no wonder. Street noise is a minimum, good motor access, but easy to keep little pones away from danger. The pool areas are always clean, with acceptable privacy, and amenities. The Toni Inn provides good value, in a good location, and the staff have always been friendly and competent.

« Clean and friendly, nice place to stay »

The hotel is little older but appears well maintained. The paint looked fresh in a lot of spots and overall appearance was clean. The staff was very friendly and willing to share knowledge of the area. Breakfast area was kept neat and full by the attentive staff. The breakfast area is a little small, which wasn't a problem during the week, but it got a little cramped on the week-end when the families showed up. The staff kept up well, though. There is an indoor pool and hot tub which we didn't have time to use, those areas appeared well maintained, too. My only gripe was the wifi which only worked sporadically. When I called the desk to ask why it wasn't working the asked ME to call their tech support. As a guest at the hotel, that seems to be something THEY should have done. Especially when the desk acknowledged that they have been having problems with their wifi supplier.

    « Great stay! »

Check-in and check-out was a breeze! The room was great! Very clean. The bed slept great! Breakfast was delicious! They had eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, grits, waffles...you name it! The shower was even great! Great water pressure and awesome shower head! Will definitely stay again!

    « Our stay »

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was nice. Easy check in. Breakfast was good each morning. Complimentary coffee was always good & hot. The only problem with our room was the TV kept losing reception & flickering in & out. Need to run air so as not to hear road traffic or maids in the morning. They always offered clean towels & room service each morning. Overall we have stayed a couple of times & enjoy our stay. Being beside Texas Roadhouse was nice & hotel offered coupon if you ask.

« nice island in an ocean of motels »

Hey, it's a tourist attraction! Lots of motels of all brands and types. This property is across the street from another BW property, but I'm glad I chose this one. It's got some age on it, but overall the property has been maintained and is in good shape. There's a nice pool area for families to enjoy (weird shaped pool plus special kiddie pool and a hot pool. There's only one ice machine/pop and snack machine on the first floor, but we all need the exercise. A word of warning: If you are a light sleeper, request a room far away from the pool. That area is noisy with kids and adults having fun, and that's a good thing, so don't complain; just avoid being close. There are a number of restaurants within a close walk, like 50 feet, and kazillions within a short drive.

    3
    « Rooms were clean! »

Rooms were clean the staff was friendly! Not the place to stay for a honeymoon but nice for a couple days! The pool looked clean, (outdoor pool is still closed). But indoor is open! The free breakfast was pretty good and you can't beat homemade waffles! Would come again!

    « Very nice experience »

This is a nice hotel with nice, helpful staff. Rooms were well equipped. We forgot tooth paste which they had at the front desk complimentary. They recommended good local places to eat. This was a nice place and on a budget. It was very affordable. The hot tub was nice. If we come back to the area we will stay here again. The only problem was the house keeping carts were noisy and woke us up at @ 8:30 am ish. But we needed to get up around then anyways.

    3
    « Nice BUT... »

Hotel need renovating and some updated décor. The rooms are good with space and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast needs fresh fruit as people today are wanting healthier start to the day. Real maple syrup would be real nice.

    « Always Welcome »

The Toni Inn is always welcome to us when we travel through the Smokies. It is always clean and organized with a staff that is friendly and eager to make our stay a comfortable one. I cannot recommend it high enough.

« Good hotel for the price »

We had a room in the pool area. Just go out the door and there's the pool. Was a little noisy, but if you shut your door, it wasn't bad. Loved the fact I could sit in the room and open the curtain and there was a huge window I could watch them out of. They're both 10 so I didn't have to be right there in the water or hot tub with them. The pool was an adequate size and the kids also enjoyed the hot tub. The breakfast room was a little small, but had a good variety to choose from. The kids loved the waffles shaped like bears. Would definately stay here again.

    3
    « Dissapointed »

Not the first time I've been disappointed but the more often I stay I find myself putting up with the mediocrity. I've stayed here several times over the years this trip by far has been the most unrestful. I travel for business. Need to sleep. Was unable to from the ignorant parents allowing kids to yell in the parking lot and run the balcony access landings.

    5
    « Nice indoor pool »

Loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Even has an elevator for the 3 floors. But couldn't find the bathroom at the pool. Nice for handicap with parking right at the door. Nice breakfast. Clean rooms. With nice fluffy pillows. Had a small refrigerator and microve wave oven. We had 2 queen beds. For $55 on Sun. 2/14.

    « Rude front desk »

After having to cancel our vacation due to personal reasons, we ended up in Pigeon Forge w/o reservations. We decided to check out where we would've stayed when we had reservations. Big mistake! Prices were jacked up way higher than when we reserved and the front desk staff told us if we could get better prices online, we should just do so. We also asked to see a room, in which he acted as though he couldn't be bothered with us. Many sighs and groans followed until he found a maintenance man to show us the room. Even the maintenance man mentioned how the front desk attendant couldn't be bothered to get off his rump. To sum it up, we decided not to stay. We were going to be placed right by the indoor pool, which is loud with echoes. I saw reviews of friendly staff...please keep them at the desk instead of this possibly 30yo who has no personality.

    « Great Stay! »

The Best Western Toni Inn was Great! Our room was straight across from the front lobby on the bottom floor. The room was clean and looked great. We visited the pool area, just to check it out, and it seemed nice. There were several people in the pool; because of the snow storms (January 22- 24). We will definitely check the availability of this hotel next time we are in town. Overall great room, great breakfast and great location (directly across from Dixie Stampede). Thanks Toni Inn!!

« Great location with a few problems »

This hotel was recommended by friends and the location was fantastic right across from the Dixie Stampede. Our stay started out good and ended good but that middle night we probably won't come back to this hotel in the same room section. We were in 305 which is on the outside. Saturday night a bus group came in around 9:30-10pm apparently. Kids were running up and down the outside hallways or up the ramps/stairs and we could hear it all in our room at that late hour. I called the desk around 10;30 and asked if they could get them to stop and was told someone would be handling it. Right after that the group did a collective yell of some type and then the talking, yelling, skate-boarding, started. I called again at 11:14 and asked when quiet time was, I was informed 11pm and the lady said that security was going to handle them getting quiet. It took probably another 20-30 minutes for them to disperse so we could get to sleep. Just rude on the group's part but there was no way the front desk / security didn't hear these people when they started and I think should have asked them to respect the other paying guests who were trying to sleep at 10pm at night or even 11pm if that is their "quiet time". Rooms were clean and well layed out. The only problem we had with the room was the outlet next to my side didn't work properly and my phone would only charge up to 49% being plugged in all night. Breakfast was good, usual hotel fare, hot coffee. The indoor pool/hot tub was very nice, towels in the pool area would have been nice but we saw other reviewers mention that and took our room towels. If we are in the area we might would come back but I would insist on an inside room near the pool so hopefully any noisy bus groups wouldn't be heard and keep us up all night when we wanted to sleep so we could get up early and enjoy the mountains the next day.

« Excellent hotel in Pigeon Forge !! »

We stayed in Pigeon Forge for summer vacations and we chose this hotel because of the great reviews and I'm not sorry at all. The hotel was great, excellent nightly rates, good looking rooms, quiet AC unit, the pool area is also really nice and it's close to everything. If I I ever visit Pigeon Forge again I wouldn't hesitate to visit this hotel again. Staff really friendly and clean rooms. Highly recommended.

    3
    « Clean, friendly staff »

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. We are picky about cleanliness and bed comfort and neither were a problem for us! The only problem we had was an odor of cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom on occasion. I'm not sure if it was coming in through tiles in the ceiling or from the floor somehow. We were on the top floor in the King family suite. When we reported it to the staff, they were very uneffected.

    « Quick overnight stay. »

Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was what you pay for. Nothing spectacular. Room had a fake fireplace that was pleasant. Bathroom needs upgrading. For the price was pleased. Texas Roadhouse was next door so you could walk to get a bite and stroll home.

    « Excellent Accomodations »

having stayed at 4 different hotels due to last minute booking and availabilities between Christmas and New Years to visit for a Conference, this property was the best in the area, and we definitely recommend it.

    « Very pleased »

This was my first time staying at Toni Inn. It was early January when we stayed so not many were in the motel. Thus it was very quiet. The staff operated in full efficiency as if it was the bust season which I appreciated. The room was great! Nothing to complain about. I hope to stay there again.

« Great for the price »

Visited on a Thursday and Friday night. Rate was incredibly affordable. Very light traffic in town and thus very few folks staying at the hotel. Check-In was quick and painless. There was an elevator in the pool area and the walkways between floors were ramps rather than stairs, making our roll-aboard easy to tote around. Our room keys did not work so we had to make a return trek to the front desk. Second try was the one that got us in the room. The room was clean and well stocked. Big flat-screen tv, plenty of towels and washcloths. Plenty of floor space and two luggage racks on which we could place our bags. The only things I noticed in the forms of appearance were some peeling to paint where the walls meet the ceilings and scratches on the chairs in the room. The shower temperature was a little touchy, making it difficult to find the right temperature. The pool area was well stocked and clean. The hot tub was perfect and the pool was such a great temperature that we stayed for some time. It is important to note that the floor of the indoor pool has several rough spots. I only noticed it when I scraped my knee. While it certainly isn't a deal breaker it did prevent us from returning to the pool on our second night. Housekeeping did make beds, empty trash and completely restocked for our stayover. This is nice since I am always confused about what services will be provided by the hotel while I am out. It seems to vary across locations and brands. Nice touch. There were electrical outlets near the bed, allowing us to charge our phones and tablets. I will admit that the wifi didn't completely cooperate when using my phone but it worked perfectly with our tablets. The beds were considerably more hard than what we sleep on and the pillows were considerably smaller. Despite this, however, we didn't have difficulty getting enough sleep. The location is great. It is positioned within walking distance to Texas Roadhouse and Cracker Barrel as well as many others. Very close to the traffic light for Dollywood. Grocery store across the parkway is easily accessible. Very great position for travel to Gatlinburg and destinations beyond. We did not elect to eat breakfast at the hotel. Check-out was quick and painless as well.

    « Amazing »

This hotel offered amazing amenities, service, and stay for our family. It was clean and safe, while having a flare of luxury. We met family from out of town there and they were also well pleased. The value was phenomenal.

    « Great stay! »

The room was perfect for our family, very large and with three beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok, but the eating area was very poorly designed and you either go no seat at all or someone had their butt in your plate the whole time as they waited in line. Also, the menu NEVER varies one bit so it you spend more than a couple of days here it gets old.

    « Very pleased! »

My family has stayed at this hotel in the past so we could swim during the winter. We have enjoyed it both times. The chlorine in the pool was on the high side but other than that, no complaints about the pool. The breakfast bar was good, especially for the price of the hotel. The dining area is small but their is outside seating.

« Not pleased this time either »

Just a quick trip for the family. Worked fine for a place to sleep. Clean but dated, our room smelled like it used to be a smoking room. The kids wanted to swim but after 15 minutes they had to get out of the pool because there was so much chlorine it burned their eyes and they were extremely blood shot. Thought it was a little over priced for the experience we had.

    « excellent value »

short 3 night trip for our family ... terrific location, price couldn't be beat, very hospitable staff. Only complaint is spotty wifi when using my tablet (I often used my cell phone's wifi access). Other than that, a truly terrific choice, especially for the money. Clean and comfortable.

    « Average experience »

We had issues with internet the first night. The pages just did not load. It was fine the second day but it was not very fast. The location is good. Close to everything. Breakfast was but no yogurt and choices of bread was there. Just plain white bread. But yes, there were biscuits, egg and sausage. Hotel staff was helpful.

We wanted to see Christmas lights and hit the outlet malls so booked into this hotel. Room was great just a little outdated but beds were very comfortable. Location good for attractions just have to understand where to do turnarounds due to traffic We were in the indoor pool area and a bit noisy until 10 so not really an issue but if early to bed types best not to be in that part Breakfast was very good selection

« Weekend visit to see lights and Christmas shows »

Rooms could use updating and we chose room with access to indoor pool which was closed for painting when we visited. Part of the reason we paid extra for room with pool access. You would think they would let you know

    « Perfect Location,Great Stay »

This hotel is directly across the street from the Dixie Stampede, and 10 seconds from the road taking you to Dollywood. If you come in from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park/Gatlinburg, and have no desire to drive the whole length of Pigeon Forge to see how many stores and eateries there are, this is perfect for you. The decor is a bit dated, but the beds were a perfect sleep for both of us. Neither of us woke in the night due to bed discomfort! Breakfast, expecting a basic continental, was very good. Hot scrambled eggs, sausage patties, fluffy biscuits and a pepper gravy. Peaches were the fruit available, or the typical red delicious apple. There was yogurt and make your own pancakes. One "bad" thing, the hairdryer didn't work. Oh well, I survived. Also, bring your own body lotion, none in the room.

« Fantasy of lights parade »

We stayed at Pigeon Forge because we could not get a place at Gatlinburg to see the parade. We are happy we did. The place was clean and comfortable. The service is good. They have complementary breakfast and family atmosphere. Very good and reasonably priced. Well located near the National Park. Would come back and recommend.

    « ok, nothing spectacular »

This is an older property, motor in hotel, you have to walk outside to use indoor pool and to breakfast area. Parking is tight when at capacity. They have issues with moisture and condensation therefore leaving a musty smell in room and some mold issues around window, door and backs of curtains. Rooms are clean aside from that. We had room 308, about 8 down from the roadside and it was noisey from street noise, would hate to imagine in busy summermonths. Beds are Very Firm, leaving us with backaches...breakfast is nothing fancy, toast, waffles, eggs, sausage and gravy, cinnamon buns, cereal (hot and cold) yogurt is hit or miss, water downed oj, breakfast room is small and easily crowded. Indoor pool area, lacks towels, and they over use chlorine (I developed a head to toe itchy rash from it) we have stayed in worse and much better, I guess you get what you pay for. It was ok for a few days but I wouldn't have an extended stay here.

« Best Western Toni Inn, Pigeon Forge TN »

Upon entering hotel on first day we had dirty linen in our bathroom. I reported to front desk and was told head house keeper would follow, we never heard anything. The vending area was across parking lot. Pillows were 1/2 size of a normal pillow. However, linen on bed did appear clean. The low ceiling in the bathroom appears to add to a condensation problem while/after taking a shower. The toilet paper was wet just from the condensation. The run off onto the floor has stained black around the tub area. It may be clean, but could not tell for certain. We were very disappointed.

    « An alright experience »

The hotel itself was fine. The main problem I had was the breaker kept flipping off when I tried to dry my hair and it took a while to get it fixed. The other problem I had was that the beds were very hard. I actually woke up with back and neck pain the next morning at around seven because I could not stand to be in bed any longer. The pool was nice and I liked how it was heated, as well as the temperature of the hot tub. The staff were nice and friendly at check in and check out. I would like them to get less scratchy sheets and comforters. It wasn't pleasant to sleep, which is the primary purpose of a hotel room to begin with.

    « Good visit »

Enjoyed our 2 night stay a few days before Thanksgiving. Good options at breakfast, but seating was limited during peak time in the mornings. The hotel is not located at a traffic lot, but not that hard to get in and out. The price value was great. We came back to our room around noon the first day and it had already been cleaned and that was great not to wait all day for housekeeping to complete their duties.

    5
« Perfect location and service »

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel, it is perfect for our purpose, great location, great view, well maintained, comfortable beds and a great price...service is great and the grounds are well maintained, breakfast was well served and plenty of choices, the food was hot.....only issue was the slow internet service...I used my phone as a hotspot to speed it up.

    5
    « Renovated and Clean »

The room was impeccable, and we are picky. Check in and out was quick and the staff was friendly. This is an older hotel that has been renovated. The pool area seemed inviting for those interested. The breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast.

    « Great First Stay »

Have seen this motel many times never stayed. Decided to try and was very pleasantly surprised. Clean room and was big enough for all of us to move around freely. Breakfast was good and actually better than some higher rated place we have stayed. Location was central to most everything in Pigeon Forge and we will definitely stay her again and recommend it to others. The only complaint we had was the wifi was spotty and we could not log on, but that was no problem.

    « Christmas at Dollywood »

Good breakfast! If you go to pool take a towel with you because more than likely there won't be any there. Parking close to your room is limited but there usually is room somewhere. Not much sitting room at breakfast. Most of the housekeeping is good, a few need coaching.

    « Awesome hotel! »

Best Western Toni Inn is an awesome hotel at an awesome price. The employees at the front desk were very sweet! When we arrived in our room it was clean, did not smell, and was updated. The room has been updated all the way to the sink area. The toilet and shower are in a separate room and they were not updated, however it was clean and well taken care of. We had plenty of towels and the beds were clean when we folded down the sheets. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

    « Good Best Western »

Had a good recent stay at the Best Western. I have visited better properties in the chain but this was not bad. Got a decent rate although they were booked solid at the property being the end of the peak season. Breakfast was good, but very sparsely refilled on many items considering again people that take more than their fair share of items. Bed was comfortable and I love the ramp that goes up to the third floor so you don't have to climb the stairs. The 2 pluses were the hot tub with the indoor pool and the fireplace that was in my room as well. I would stay here again. The staff was also very friendly and being a rewards member allowed me a late check out.

« Me and my Wife love the Toni inn »

The Staff is friendly and the facilities are clean. the breakfast is awesome, but beware of the old people. They wake up early and conjugate in the lobby during breakfast and take up all the seating. They talk about the Lord, what silly things young people do and compare health problems with each other. Which means you can't get a seat, but the Breakfast choices are great and you can load up the plates and take it to your room which is nice.

« Nice motel in Pigeon Forge »

This is a nice property overall - especially for the rate and location! The indoor and outdoor pools are clean and attractive. The motel has outdoor hall rooms but is quiet at night and safe. Great place for kids too. The rooms are fine. They are very very clean. They are needing some newer updates but being this is a privately owned property, they are not bad. Breakfast also nice.

« Great place to stay »

We have stayed at the Toni Inn many times and it is always a pleasant stay. This time we brought our Grandson and stayed in a room right off the indoor pool. He loved it. It was like staying at a resort. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was well maintained. I would highly recommend. The cost was average for a nice place. Great location right opposite from the Dixie Stampede and a trolley stop was right in front of the hotel. Also easy access to restaurants.

we have made many trips to Pigeon forge area, this is the first time here. Room was clean and updated. beds were good, not great. Breakfast was average. the stay was a very good price thru Best Western web site, which is one of the reasons we stayed. good location.

« You Get What You Pay For... »

Stayed here for 6 nights with 2 children, Had lumpy pillows and no blankets in the room, had to ask reception who gave us 1 pillow and 2 blankets and told this was all they had! Toilet flush handle broke rendering toilet unusable for hours, reported at night, message not relayed to morning staff. Limited power points compared to other hotels we have stayed in and in awkward positions, to use means giving up a light in the room. Breakfast was the average fare, waffles, cereal, eggs etc.. Small breakfast area, especially when they have coaches staying at the same time. But for the price you pay and the location - with all the above being said I guess it is value for money, however, there are so many new hotels around advertising even cheaper prices, I would recommend doing your homework and check out the competition before booking this hotel.

We have been staying at this motel, once or twice a year, for at least the last 10 years. We love the location and, of course, the value. The staff is very pleasant. If anything comes up, it's handled in a profession and courteous manner. That's why we continue to come back every year.

    « Great Stay »

I really like staying at the Toni and have stayed there several times. They have a pretty good breakfast spread with eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, peaches, cereal, waffles, and pastries. I also really love their indoor pool area. It's mostly naturally lit (not highly fluorescent) and is really relaxing. There are several indoor plants in the pool area which makes it feel even more relaxing, and the area gets decorated for Christmas (although it's not decorated yet). Our room was clean, and our beds were comfortable. We had a great time. It's in a great location--in Pigeon Forge but near Gatlinburg. It's also near a lot of restaurants and not too far from The Island.

« Great hotel for the area. »

I think the overall price and location make the Toni Best Western a great option for any visitor of the area. The breakfast is good and the hotel is clean and well maintained. I felt the staff was accommodating and the location to shopping and eateries was a plus. I recommend this hotel to any traveler.

    « Filthy »

This hotel used to be very nice. We had stayed here many times before. Now it is a filthy dump. We had to change rooms three times because the tub was too dirty to even take a shower in. The furnishings were outdated and broken. The towels were dingy and brown. We downgraded our room when we switched because of two filthy tubs and the Management was rude and didn't want to refund the overcharge. Breakfast was a joke. People we didn't know knocked on our door all night and screams were heard in the halls all night.

    « 10-30 to 11-3 2015 »

This was our first visit to the Toni Best Western... and our last! We were in rooms 214 and 215. The rooms were fair, but not great. Some cosmetic repairs were needed such as the ceiling was peeling in places. The fridge froze our drinks, exploded a canned drink and no adjustment knob was present until staff had to clean the fridge out, then maint. came in to fix it by ordering a knob. The toilet overflowed once. The beds were VERY firm. We would not let our children shower (they took baths only) due to the inability to maintain a safe water temp. The knobs were very difficult to adjust to say the least and each time a neighbor started a shower while I or my wife was showering, the water got unbearably hot! But the real reason we won't stay...if the aforementioned wasn't enough, is the attitude of staff... both Corporate or franchisee on site! With 3 small children in our family of 8 on vacation, we were promised adjoining rooms. This may not seem very important, but the smallest ones like to go from our room to the grandparents room several times. When you are promised, in writing, adjoining rooms when making reservations, it is expected upon arrival. When we arrived in our rooms, they weren't. Prior to unpacking, hoping to change rooms, we made staff aware and the staff on site stated there was nothing they could do and they were booked for the night. They stated they would check back with us later to see if arrangements could be made but never did. We asked the next morning, and they stated there were still no available adjoining rooms, and would let us know if it changed. They never did let us know either way. We had reserved 3 rooms orginally and had to cancel one a month prior. Making sure to keep the adjoining rooms, we made it abundantly clear we needed to maintain the adjoining rooms and even received written confirmation with our noted requests via email. Obviously this didn't occur. Each time we asked the front desk staff why the issue occured, they blamed corporate Best Western and stated, apathetically, that they don't know why corporate keeps making this mistake and they have no knowledge of the customer's request made through corporate until actual check-in. They stated they never see the confirmation we receive from corporate. No apologies were ever made or consessions offered from front desk staff. They said since we made our reservation through corporate, we should call them. When corporate was called, they offered nothing either. Not even an apology. They said to take it up with the location staff. Front desk staff also noted we should make reservations with the site from now on and not through corporate to guarantee requests, yet when doing so, the rate is significantly more and staff won't honor corporate posted rates, which is why we booked through the Best Western 800 number. The rate per room averaged $60/night (a few dollars under local average) as this is considered off season. The indoor pool is nice, although dated, the cleaning and maintenance staff was really nice and the location is great. That's about it for the positive.

« Clean and convenient location »

This was a nice and clean hotel that provided free wi -fi and breakfast in the morning (bagels, juice etc). There is an indoor pool and hot tub but there was A LOT of kids in it so it was incredibly loud. Our room was steps to the indoor pool so we heard all the yelling (kids) in the pool. It's a great location and there's a trolley stop right outside. I wish there was camera's in the parking lot though because our rental vehicle was hit overnight and no note was left (back bumper ripped off). There is a sign that the indoor pool closes at 10 but there was plenty of kids still in after 10:30 at night. The room had a funny smell to it (air freshner). We had 2 queen beds and the 1 bed was comfortable where the other you could feel all of the springs in the mattress. Next time we come for a vacation this will be on the list to stay again.

« Our 2nd stay at this hotel, very clean and convenient »

Very super clean and convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge. This is our families 2nd visit to this hotel in the past 2 years and will return again. They have a great complementary breakfast as well. Very friendly staff. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel except our last room was in the indoor pool area and the pool was suppose to close at 10 pm but a lot of people were hanging out in there at the tables until after midnight and being super loud and we could not sleep. If the pool closes at 10 then nobody should be allowed to hang out in that area past 10 pm out of respect for the other guest.

    « Nice Hotel - Convenient Location »

My husband and I stayed at the Best Western Toni Inn in Pigeon Forge, TN, over Labor Day weekend. We were pleasantly surprised with our room. It was very clean and a very good size so we were not tripping over each other. The shower and toilet were separate from the sink area and that room was a little small but still very clean so really no issues with that at all. The bed was a little uncomfortable to me but my husband thought it was very comfortable, but he likes a harder mattress than I do. Check in and check out was quick and easy; everyone was friendly. Wi-Fi worked great and we had a good signal. There is an outdoor and indoor pool at this hotel that we did not use but many other people were using and seemed to be enjoying. It is in a really convenient area of Pigeon Forge, right across from the Dixie Stampede so we could get to Gatlinburg and the Park very quickly. We could also walk right next door to Texas Roadhouse or walk down the street to other restaurants so we didn't have to drive everywhere. We did not eat the continental breakfast as there are too many great pancake houses around the area to sample. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

« Not Worth the Price »

I can only think of 2 good things about the room, it was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the lighting in the toilet/bathtub area was way too dim, and the light bulb above the tub area was flickering. The toilet moved when you sat down on it, there was a hole in the bedskirt, and the security lock on the door didn't work. I also did not enjoy walking by employees sitting on the steps smoking. I still can't believe that I paid $224 for two nights! This was totally not what I expected for that price! We stay at Best Westerns a lot, this is the worst room we've ever had.
